And then, and Jeff, I'm going to want the, the, I don't know if you're going to prep it or Newsmax, but I want the first answer where he tells the story.
Is he there?
Yeah, I got you.
Yeah, go ahead.
And then the very end, where he talks about that story of that woman murdered by her husband and then released without bail.
Alright.
All right.
What time do they record tonight?
8.15.
They just sent an email, so they're not hearing back from most guests, so I'm just gonna contact everyone.
Oh, okay.
Oh, then, oh.
Okay, yeah. 8.15.
Twenty seconds.
Thank you.
You said you'll tee up the montage?
Yes.
All right.
The most awesome voice in talk radio.
No, not me.
Dr. G. His voice is pretty good too, by the way.
Not too shabby at all.
It's a Mark... What is it?
Mark Leder?
What's his name?
Sorry?
Lorta, not letter, Lorta, former press secretary for Vice President Pence.
He's got some pretty good pipes because he used to do radio as well.
Happy Columbus Day, Christophorus Columbus.
That's his real name, the Italian who discovered a little thing called Italy and then was made.
How about this?
I just looked this up.
Not just Admiral.
Admiral of the Ocean Seas!
That was his official rank.
That is quite a rank.
That's like Marshal of the Army.
We don't have those anymore.
It was cool when we did.
Alright, the President was speaking at two!
Yes, count them, two different rallies this weekend.
Somebody asked me this weekend, is he running?
And I thought, how do I say this politely?
You don't hurl two rallies at a weekend if you're not running for president.
Of course he is.
And in one of them, he played a little montage and it's so very, very good I need to share it with you.
Play cut!
So we had just a little quick video made up.
Would you like to see it?
How would you say your mental focus is?
Oh, it's focused.
I say, I think it's, I haven't, look.
Let's get ready to bumble!
I think it's a right for people that bad to come up there.
Truman and I suffered the pressure.
God, I can't believe I said that.
America is a nation that can be defined in a single word.
Y'all ready for this?
Corn Pop was a bad dude, and he ran a bunch of bad boys.
Wait, wait, wait.
All men and women created by... Go, you know the... You know the thing.
If you hold near and dear to you that you like to be able to.
Anyway.
We went for two reasons. - Wow.
One, two.
Come on, man.
Come on.
This is the guy who runs that outfit over there.
I've had a couple questions.
But the nature...
Not...
Representative Jackie, are you here?
Where's Jackie?
I didn't think she was going to be here.
What am I doing here?
I've got hairy legs!
That turn!
Thank you for your tolerance and listening to me.
I appreciate it very much.
Yeah, what am I doing here?
That's the question we ask ourselves every single day.
Not only, what are you doing there?
How on earth did you get there?
We're supposed to believe, yes, with a straight face, that 81 million Americans voted for that.
And that the incumbent president who received more votes than any serving president in American history.
He lost to that?
A man who can fill a stadium in 24 hours with 50,000 patriots?
He lost to an individual who can't fill six circles at a press conference painted on the tarmac?
Yeah, right.
And it's serious at the Nevada rally.
President Trump summed it up very, very simply.
This is what victory means.
Cut 10.
Play cut.
If Republicans win, the communists lose.
The globalists lose.
The deep state bureaucrats lose.
The Silicon Valley censors lose.
The corrupt fake news lose.
The media bosses lose, and the rhinos lose!
The rhinos are no good.
But America wins, and America wins very big.
That's right, the rhinos.
In many ways, they're worse than the Democrats, the Radical Lefts.
That would be the result if we win.
What are you doing about it?
You've got to get engaged.
29 days to go.
If you're not running for office, you better be standing shoulder to shoulder helping somebody who is.
Or you better be like my wife, a poll official, an election official, making it all the harder for them to steal the next election.
Let's go to your calls.
Mario, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, line one.
Welcome to America First, Mario.
Mario, now is your time.
Or not, as the case may be.
Let's go to Green Bay.
Brian, line two.
Welcome to America First, Brian.
Hey, my brother.
How are you?
Good.
Oh, man.
I want to talk about China, if you don't mind that.
Sure.
China is always a topic on our minds.
What is it that pathetic press secretary says?
Top of mind.
It's top of mind, Brian.
Top of mind is for sure.
Okay.
I don't know how we can uncouple from China.
I don't understand why this is not a big thing to anybody that's running for office.
They're not talking about it.
I wanted to get your thoughts on that.
We need to uncouple completely from China.
Oh, I've been saying that on my show for years.
I mean, as a child of those who suffered under a communist dictatorship, the idea that American businesses of any size, I don't care whether it's Nike or whether it's, you know, a small manufacturing company, if you're doing business with China, you're doing business with a dictatorship that has labor camps.
Has forced organ harvesting and has religious persecution as a policy of the regime.
Now, I'm not saying it's easy but it needs to be done.
It may take a year or two but we must decouple.
There must be very, very severe sanctions, penalties for any company because Not only is it a threat to national security, it's also bad for business.
If you do business in China, you are required by the state, by the Communist Party, to divulge your IP, your intellectual property, your patents, what you are making and how you're making it, which means by The second year of your manufacturing in China, they have all the information to copy your products.
You're actually committing business suicide.
So I agree.
Why aren't people talking about it?
Well, you know, when you've got an open border and war in Europe, there are certain distractions, but I know one person who gets it.
He's my former boss, President Trump, who understood the threat from China way back in the 1980s, so that's why we need him back in office.
Thank you for your call, Brian.
The number here, 833-33 Gorka, that's 833-334-6752.
The open border on the south has turned that region into a literal war zone, but nobody in the mainstream media wants to talk about it.
That's why Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA have launched a new six-part documentary called The Border Battle about the flood of fentanyl into this country, creating the worst overdose deaths in US history.
About the cartels who are now militarized because the amount of money they've seen In a crisis the likes of which we have never seen before.
It is a true front line of a war.
That's why the six-part documentary series is called Border Battle.
Download all six parts of the documentary at www.salemnow.com Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Salem Now and Border Battle.

It was the anniversary recently of that helicopter incident in Afghanistan where we lost so many SEALs in one day.
We still don't know who killed them or how they died.
Here is a message one of those SEALs left his family because he knew that any day, as a warrior, he might die for this nation.
These are his last words, written 13 days before he passed.
If you are reading this, things didn't work out the way I planned.
I'm typing this up because I'm too lazy to write it out by hand, and that way I can change it when I need to.
Where to start?
Okay, my life was short, but a great one.
If I died doing something with the teams, then I died doing the greatest job in working with the most talented, hardworking, and the greatest group of warriors ever to walk this earth.
I've made more memories and had greater experiences.
That video is on my social media.
It is worth watching all of it.
It's just a reminder of what they do for us.
And when those who survive war come home, many of them physically maimed, some of them have invisible wounds, post-traumatic stress, and far too many of them, 22 a day, decide to take their own lives.
That is 22 too many.
Will you help?
Those who have stood on the wall for us in the cloth of the Republic defeat those monsters.
There is an organization called Mighty Oaks that takes them and their families free of charge away to ranches where they can receive faith-based counseling and try and find that tranquility that they deserve.
They've done enough for us.
Now it's our time to give back.
Please donate to this amazing organization founded by combat veterans like Trad Robichaud.
Give as little or as much as you can.
It is tax-deductible.
Go to my website, sebgawker.com, and click on the Restore Our Warriors banner at the top.
You'll see me, you'll see Chad, and you'll see the phrase, Restore Our Warriors.
Please support those who have fought for our nation.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgawker.com, and the Restore Our Warriors tab at the top.
All right, let's connect to the mothership, to the headquarters.
We have with us one of the men responsible for bringing me over to the Salem News Channel and the media group.
He is the Vice President of News, Talk and Programming, and he's a troublemaker in his part-time.
Tom Traddock, welcome to America First.
I'm a full-time troublemaker, but thank you.
You are, you are.
And you send me stuff every day.
You're sending me examples of how you stir it up.
And the last one is a rather lengthy piece.
We're posting it right now again on Twitter, on Facebook.
And the statement is, it's official!
The Associated Press is fake news.
Now, you and I have known this for a time, but why did you decide to write this new article about, well, something that says that they're a media organ, Tom?
Yeah, you know, Seb, thank you for having me on, by the way.
They have for 175 years been a news distribution agency.
In other words, they feed news from all around the globe, but also domestically to newspapers and to radio stations, radio networks like ours and to Salem News Channel.
We're clients of theirs.
You have to be, really.
They're a monopoly.
And if you want international and national news or breaking news, you at least have to get the copy from AP and then we have to run it through the deflavorizer to squeeze the bias out of it.
Get your magic decoder ring out, right?
Exactly.
And it's not just limited.
Everybody says, oh, you're just upset with them about Donald Trump.
I go, no, no, no, no.
Do you remember a guy named, um, uh, Glenn Youngkin?
Did that name ring a bell?
I think as a resident of the Commonwealth I may have heard of Glenn Youngkin.
Yeah, well Glenn Youngkin was running against Terry McAuliffe, the longtime Democratic National Committee chairman.
He was governor.
Everybody said Terry McAuliffe can't be beaten by anybody.
And the AP was running story after story after story about the great Terry McAuliffe and how wonderful he was.
Goufos in a sweater vest was running against him and Youngkin had no chance.
Well, all of a sudden, the polls started to change and it looked as if Youngkin might actually pull it off, which, as we know, he did.
And we reached out to the Associated Press.
This is just to say, by way of background, it's not just about Donald Trump.
It's about conservatives.
We said to them, "Will you be feeding us live coverage from the campaign headquarters of both candidates on election night?" Hang on, hang on, Trad.
Tom, I haven't heard this story before.
I'm sure most of our three million listeners haven't.
This is inside baseball from a man who's been there on the front lines.
Can you stay with us for one more segment?
You bet.
All right, so stay there.
We're going to get the rest of the story.
I think that's called a cliffhanger.
I think that's called a tease in the business.
I'm just a new guy, so what do I know?
We're talking to the Vice President of News and Talk Programming for our Salem Radio Network, and you're listening to me, Sebastian Gawker, broadcasting to you live from just outside the insalubrious, fetid, malodorous swamp that is Washington, D.C.
TheReliefFactor.com studios.

I literally limped to and from work.
Two days into Relief Factor and the pain decreased substantially.
So thankful for this amazing product.

Yes?
Mics are still hot in the break.
405.
For the A, the A block?
Yes, good.
Okay, do you want to record this bit as well, Seb?
For video, or?
Not record, you don't have to record it.
Oh, that's, okay, yeah, yeah.
Not the break, but you can keep the mics live.
The mics are still open, yep.
Hey, Tom?
Yes?
Mics are still hot in the break.
Okay, no problem.
How long have you been in the business?
Since the earth was cooling or 1973.
Because I want to ask you this when we start again.
And I don't think it's just nostalgia.
It's never been this corrupt and this bad, has it?
No, it has not.
But that was when they used to have UPI and when Reuters wasn't primarily international news, which it is now.
But I remember CNN when CNN launched.
You know, every flipping office in the Joint Chiefs in the bowels of the Pentagon had it running because it was actually news.
And you look at it today, and it's just, it's a parody.
It's like a bunt meeting of leftists.
Yeah.
You know, it's very sad.
All right.
I'm going to ask you about that online.
OK.
All right.
90 seconds.
Thank you, sir.
I'll ask you to finish the story.
I'll ask you that question about, you know, putting it in context.
And then I'm going to go to calls, OK?
Super.
All right.
Stand by.
70.
Oh, Mario called back.
Mario.
I could have told you that.
Yeah.
Oh, really?
Ugh.
Oh, really? really?
Oh, really? really?
You're listening to Dr. Sebastian Gorka, a man who's taken down Eastern European governments with just the sound of his voice.
Welcome back, dear friends.
If you have a problem with the show, well, blame the guys at Salem.
People like Phil Boyce who approached me many moons ago and said, hey, do you like talk radio?
Or our in-house troublemaker who texts me ideas every single day for the show.
He is Tom Tradup.
He is the Vice President of News and Talk Programming.
Tom, you're telling a story about the Associated Press and a very reasonable question you are asking them about Their coverage of the candidate for the gubernatorial position in Virginia, the future winner, Glenn Youngkin.
And what response did you get, Tom?
Well, it was just pathetic.
They were talking about November 2021, so, you know, really just about a year ago.
And we asked them, do you plan to carry acceptance and concession speeches from both candidates, Terry McAuliffe and Glenn Youngkin, whoever wins and whoever loses?
And their response to me was, in writing, we are planning to have cameras at each member's party barring any unforeseen emergency news event.
Now, you've got to let that sink in.
That suggests to any logical observer that it's the linear equivalent of, say, Channel 25 News in Biloxi, Mississippi.
We'll cover the candidates unless there's a fire down the street and we have to take our truck down and get it.
Yeah, unless there's a cat in a tree or something, right.
And when they say an unforeseen emergency news event, that would be, oh, Glenn Youngkin is winning.
And did you respond?
Because I know you have a hankering to respond when you see fake news being fake news.
Yeah, I do primarily through our fine people at Town Hall.
I'll occasionally throw out a hand grenade in a column, like the one you were kind enough to post on your website.
But if people go back through My town hall columns.
I mean, AP gets slugged about every four months because it is just the bias, which was never there before.
You and I have talked about this, you know, in the old days, there was UPI, which was competition for them.
They're out of business.
Reuters was a pretty good news agency.
They're primarily international news now.
So AP is a monopoly And that led us to ask them last week, and I'll do real quick, they asked, we asked them if they were going to cover President Trump speaking.
If you can imagine this, this is the guy who was building the wall and supposedly Hispanics hated him and he's got trouble with this, but he's speaking last Wednesday as the keynote speaker, the keynote address at the Hispanic Leadership Conference in Miami.
So we asked, would you be covering him?
And they wrote me back, if you can imagine this.
I mean, the stuff they put in writing, they just must have a death wish.
She said, as with all stories that AP covers, our editorial team discusses and evaluates stories to ensure they're held to AP standards.
For Trump, this is extremely important.
After the 2020 election especially, Trump, they keep referring to him that way, has been known for spreading falsehoods about the US election results.
So they have just anointed themselves as the official censor, his big brother.
Right.
And then what happens if he decides to run again, which we all presume he's going to?
Are they not going to cover his campaign because they think he might be issuing falsehoods?
That's for the voters to decide, not the unelected.
Well, I think I can predict what they're going to do because they need the ratings.
And I want to thank you for continuing to hold their feet to the fire, Tom Tradup, Vice President, News & Talk Programming.
Thank you for your service.
The article is, it's official!
The Associated Press is fake news.
Let's go to your calls, 833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.

Ray, line two.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
What's up?
I'm a little nervous, but it's the first time I've ever called anybody.
Don't be nervous, there's only three million people listening, it's okay.
Exactly, exactly.
Just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate what you've done.
I've been able to, I'm on the road, and about three days a week I listen to you.
That's the only thing I want to listen to.
What do you do?
What do you do on the road, Ray?
Well, I'm a retired UPS driver.
I did that 34 years and now I just work for a little dental lab three days a week as a courier.
This is something to do.
Stay safe out there.
What made you call in today?
I'm curious.
First time caller.
What is it?
What's the topic?
Last week you were playing off the FBI and I think you said Fascistic Bureau of Investigation.
No, my buddy Chris Plant had a call.
He brought up the Fascist Bureau of Intimidation.
I thought that was rather good, Ray.
Okay, well I added something to that.
Yeah.
Fascistic bog.
Since they're in the swamp, a fascistic bog of intimidators.
That's good.
Oh, and intimidators.
I think that's even better.
I like that.
Fascistic bog of intimidators.
I like that.
That fits.
I think we should keep you on the line and we should send Ray one of our, let's send him one of our mugs that says Biden's Gestapo, the FBI from Nazi Germany to America in 80 years.

When my cell phone provider decided to surrender my phone records to Nancy Pelosi's January 6th witch hunt quote-unquote committee, and not just my phone records, but the phone records of my wife and my children, I said, that's it!
I'm out of here!
I'm done!

Um...
Yeah, we can do that.
It's official, the AP is fake news.
it's official the ap is fake news yep all right where did that hour go right I know.
Welcome to all 1,200 of you guys who are watching on Rumble.
They have a right for their property to be safe, even when part of their home may be torn away.
And these looters, that's unacceptable.
Absolutely unacceptable.
I would highly suggest that if a looter breaks into your home, comes into your home while you're there to steal stuff, That you take your gun and you shoot him.
You shoot him so that he looks like grated cheese.
Because you know what?
That's one looter that won't break into anyone else's home and take advantage of them when they're the most vulnerable and the most weak.
That's Sheriff Grady, Judge of Polk County.
We need more sheriffs like that!
Saying you break into a resident's home in my county, you can shoot them full of holes like a cheese grater.
Yeah, I don't see anybody getting in trouble for defending their property even after a hurricane have damaged their home.
All right, dear friends, if you enjoy the show, please support those who make it possible.
Great Americans like Michael Lindell, he's under the gun.
The big stores, the big box stores have cancelled him, including Walmart.
The FBI are after him as well.
Why?
Because he's a patriot and a friend of President Trump's.
You heard the story of them ambushing him at a drive-thru and taking his phone.
Let's have his back and get a good night's sleep as well.

Let's go all the way over to California.
Klaus in California!
Hey, Dr. G. God bless that Floridian Sheriff for... Wasn't that good?
Wasn't that good?
Sheriff Grady.
Sheriff Grady, that guy is so refreshing.
I wish more sheriffs around the country would be inspired by him and say and mean what Sheriff Grady says.
Agreed.
But that's not why you called, is it?
No, sir.
But that was a good topic.
Guys, listeners, go cancel your PayPal accounts.
The way that they said that they were going to charge They were going to take, without your permission, $2,500 off your bank account if you did something they disagreed with, Klaus.
Yeah, spreading misinformation.
And best yet, they tried backtracking that.
They did!
They said, oops, sorry, when their share value tanked.
They said, oops, we shouldn't have done that, sorry.
Yeah, I actually was on the message center trying to cancel my account because I had some technical issues closing my account, and the person on the other side said, we're sorry, it was a mistake, and the AUP rule was a mistake, and we apologize, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Guys, The Marquis of Queensbury rules are over.
Yeah, and since when did the other side respect the Marquis of Queensbury rules?
That's my question, Klaus.
Nicely put.
I teed up the topic.
I didn't even get to talk about it because Eric whispered in my ear.
Where did that hour go?
Sheer insanity!
And so much more to come.
Have you heard what they're doing in California to doctors they don't like?
Stay with us here on America First.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
Kamala Harris has just discovered Venn diagrams!
No, seriously, wait till you see the clip.
Secondly, PayPal shock stock collapse.
Why?
Because they want to censor you!
And so does California, threatening doctors who dare ask questions about coronavirus and the quote-unquote vaccines.
All that and more on America First.
All that and more on America First.
All that and more on America First.
All that and more on America First.
All that and more on America First.
All that and more on America First.
All that and more on America First.
Thank you.
Joe?
Yes, sir?
Thank you for your patience today.
Not a problem.
I'm just pulling into a parking lot so we can chat.
Great.
It's a good connection.
Wonderful.
All right.
Stand by.
Okay.
Standing by. Standing
by. Standing
by. Standing by.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Welcome back to America First, broadcasting from just outside the insalubrious fetid swamp that is Washington, D.C., from the ReliefFactor.com studios.
This week, the trial in Alexandria, Virginia, under Judge Trenga of Russian intelligence asset Igor Danchenko begins.
A man pivotal central to the whole Russia collusion hoax.
The individual who supplied the smear information, the lies that would become the Christopher Steele dossier, paid for by Perkins, Cooey and Hillary Clinton and the DNC.
What can we expect from the case?
Let's ask one of the names we trust implicitly.
He is a very, very good friend of the show, a fighter for the truth for decades here in the swamp, former U.S.
Attorney for the District, Joe DeGeneva.
Welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you, Sebastian.
Great to be with you.
So, Joe, it's a piece in the Wall Street Journal that has the following heading, and I'd like you to react to it.
Probe into FBI's 2016 Russia investigations origins winds down as second trial begins.
This is the Danchenko trial, not in D.C.
But in Virginia, this has been a cause of consternation for many, Joe, on the right, because they see this as small potatoes, as, you know, not what we wanted to see, because not one individual inside the FBI has been charged at a senior level for perpetrating crossfire hurricane or hounding the president and his colleagues.
What are your expectations?
Is that an unreasonable response?
And does it look to you as if Durham is in fact winding up his investigation?
It's not an unreasonable response.
He is winding up.
And it will be a disappointing, unfulfilling conclusion with the people responsible for a grotesque violation of federal law and subversion of the Constitution not being held accountable.
I am really disappointed in extreme disappointment at what Durham has not achieved.
He made a decision apparently.
It's fairly obvious not to attempt to charge people in the FBI, current and former.
And in so doing, I just don't understand how you can say That you accomplish the goal of holding accountable those responsible for the corruption that is Crossfire Hurricane.
I'm extremely disappointed.
I don't have an explanation for it.
I know that Durham is not a corrupt guy.
He's not politically influenced.
But I do believe that he is somebody who is an institutionalist in the sense That he supports the FBI as an institution and supports the Department of Justice as an institution.
That being the case, I think it's pretty obvious he decided that he was not going to try and take down people from the Bureau.
That is a grave disappointment and I'm just going to leave it at that because if I say too much I may regret what I say.
Right, because here we have an individual who in a past life in his service as the U.S.
Attorney for Connecticut, I think it was, he's actually put feds in prison.
He's put police officers, he's put FBI agents who were corrupt in prison.
I think he was involved in investigating corruption around the Whitey Bulger crime syndicate in Boston as well.
This is a man who's done it before, but this time around when we're talking about a tri-agency operation, NSA, FBI and CIA against the Trump campaign and against us in the Trump White House, he's either gone for incredibly low-level individuals like
a DOJ lawyer that, you know, forged a CIA document for a Pfizer warrant, or civilians like Michael Sussman, who worked for Perkins Coie, the law firm that was hired by Clinton, or this Russian national who lied to the FBI that the so-called material that he supplied in the dossier wasn't from the DNC, wasn't from a Democrat operative called Chuck Nolan,
But was in fact independent of the DNC.
So they're going after, you know, low-level crimes of people who really weren't operative in the government targeting of the administration and the incoming administration.
So here, as a legal professional still practicing today and who's worked, you know, in DC, What does it mean if, whether Danchenko, I mean Danchenko, Virginia is almost as bad as DC, so whether he walks or whether he gets a slap on the wrist or what have you, does this mean that it's over?
Does it mean that, you know, statute of limitations and everything else, we will never get to the bottom of this?
Or does it mean if we have a Republican administration, President Trump back in the White House, a new Attorney General, a new Director of the FBI, Can we get to the bottom of it, or is this the end, Joe?
Well, we can't wait till 2024 because of all sorts of problems involving the statute of limitations.
The only way to deal with this in terms of accountability is public disclosure, and that would require the Republicans who are going to take control of the House of Representatives in 2022 to start holding hearings or set up a special committee, predominantly Republican members, to go into this, a special committee Because we can't wait for answers until the 2024 election.
All of this information needs to be out before that election.
And the disappointment here is that we had an opportunity to get some answers and we didn't get them.
And none of the people directly involved in the conspiracy against Citizen Trump and then President Trump have been held accountable.
I mean, so at least public discourse, public shaming, Accountability through hearings in the House of Representatives.
I know they're going to have their hands full.
They have a lot to do, but there are many things they have to investigate.
Not one of them is as important as the conspiracy to frame a citizen running for president by the FBI, which interfered in the 2020 election after interfering in the 2016 election.
This can't wait.
This requires a congressional investigation beginning in January of 2023.
And what about the issue of Republicans may have the House and may even have the Senate.
And they can issue subpoenas, but those have to be executed by a Democrat-led Department of Justice.
Can they just... No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Those subpoenas are enforced by the House and Senate in federal court.
They have independent litigation authority.
They can go to court and enforce their own subpoenas.
They don't need the Justice Department to enforce their subpoenas.
That's if you want to hold somebody in contempt.
And have a criminal case.
Only the Justice Department can do that.
But that's not what they're going to want to do.
They're going to want to have their subpoenas enforced in U.S.
District Court if people do not comply.
But only if there's a criminal referral, for example.
No, no.
Yes, a criminal referral would have to go to the department, but they're never going to refer.
The Republicans won't refer anything to the Justice Department as long as Garland and these frauds are in charge.
And one more headline also from the Wall Street Journal, Joe, that I'd like you to respond to.
Prosecutors hold off final Hunter Biden case decision amid talks with lawyers.
Yes, well, this is a Potemkin village, if I've ever seen one.
What's happening here is The U.S.
attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, is a Delawarean.
He's a career prosecutor.
He lives in what I call a small southern state.
He knows he'll never have lunch in that town again if he gets anywhere close to indicting Joe Biden.
So he has conspicuously stayed away from all the crimes, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, the influence peddling overseas, the extortion using the vice president's office and the vice president's plane using the vice president's son and the vice president's brother.
He's staying away from all of those.
This is a fake case.
They're going to get whatever they get.
And if a judge gives him time in Delaware, where Joe Biden will pardon Hunter Biden.
This is a big nothing.
It is a head fake, and it's a continuing embarrassment to the department.
What an embarrassment.
But it's not even going to go to any kind of serious charge.
I mean, in all reality, the worst he can expect is a slap on the wrist and maybe a fine?
I think it's unlikely that a federal judge in Delaware, given the state of the federal judiciary today, and I don't care who the president was who nominated them, I expect nothing to happen to Hunter Biden, even if he pleads guilty.
Yeah.
If you talk to people from Delaware, you know that that state is sewn up like a very, very tight purse.
And it is sewn up by a certain family whose last name is Biden.
We've been talking to Joe DiGenova, former U.S.
Attorney for the District of Columbia.
Thank you, Joe.
He'll be joining us.

title for that one um hunter's gonna get away with it
Mm-hmm.
Get away with it.
Oh, real quick, Guy.
Expression tune preview for me, please.
So, I grabbed these tweets from French.
Here's the first one, directly responding to Julie.
Okay.
The second one, which is later down in the thread, where he continues coping.
Okay.
And then this is one where she responds and he responds to that.
Are there no articles about it?
I didn't see any articles, no.
Did American Greatness?
Let me see if American Greatness has... Because this was about a week ago.
And come in with the first Mighty Oaks, the guy talking about... The Survivor.
Yep.
Alright, we'll come in with that.
There's an article on the dispatch about the little back and forth between them.
Oh, yeah, what's the title?
Perfect title for French.
Lifting up the rock on the gutter right.
Hello?
I need that.
Just give me that.
I need that.
As a buffer or the actual article?
No, no, as a buffer.
As a buffer, okay.
Let me do that real quick.
And we have him on the line.
Mic's on.
Is it Mr. Buzzkirk?
The one and only.
I love your tie.
Thank you, thank you.
That was my go-to tie throughout college.
Oh, yeah?
Yeah.
Whatever tie I choose, people say, oh, is that Missouri?
Is that Arizona?
No, it's a bloody tie, okay?
It's from my tie rack.
It's a tie, okay?
I didn't grow up here.
I didn't go to college here.
You know, it's just a stripy tie!
I'm not around here.
It's just a tie that makes me look even better than usual.
Yeah, for the TV, I have a system.
I don't know why.
For this TV, I do solid.
For the radio show, I do stripes.
So just to remind me where I am.
All right.
I want to talk about Julie Kelly.
And then I want to talk about how senile Biden is.
All right.
It's a big topic.
But yeah.
Oh, and maybe PayPal.
Should we talk about PayPal or Twitter?
Absolutely.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Let's talk about PayPal and Twitter.
That's good.
Okay, good.
Alright.
I owe you an article.
I need to sit down and write for you.
Do what?
Are you any good at dictation?
I've done it.
My first book, I dictated a couple of chapters and I'm trying to start doing it again because all my free moments, I'm writing TV scripts.
So Katie got funding for a TV show and I wrote a 6,000 word script this weekend for one of the episodes.
I just got carried away.
So by the end of the day, I'm tapped out on just the TV scripts.
Your friend in mind, Lord Black, he dictates his... Oh, he does?
It's a skill that I've tried to cultivate, but I'm not very good at it.
But you guys don't have to type it up, do you?
No, you can do it.
I mean, the voice recognition is good.
Yeah, I use the dragon voice thing or whatever, which is pretty good.
All right, stand by.
Yep.
Yep.
In 2015, I tried to commit suicide.
I tried to take my own life.
I took a bunch of pills and tried to drive off a cliff.
By 2023, we will have more deaths by suicide than we will post 9-11 combat.
Babe is referring to a report out just this summer that estimates that since 9-11, we've lost more active duty personnel and veterans to suicide than those actually killed in combat.
30,000 dead at their own hand, 7,000 killed in combat since 9-11.
That's just wrong.
Please help us to bring that suicide rate down.
Not 22 a day, we need zero a day.

That is S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorker.com and the Restore Our Warriors banner.
Alright!
There's a bit of a rumble in the jungle!
When it comes to my buddies at American Greatness, we love the website amgreatness.com, and one of their starlets, if I may, a warrior for the truth, and especially when it comes to January the 6th, has been under assault!
Julie Kelly!
We love Julie Kelly, and her boss has stood shoulder to shoulder with Julie, and we're delighted to have him with us right now.
The founder, the editor-in-chief, the mucky muck, the chief, the boss I don't know how I found it.
I think it was last week.
I think it was an audio recording of an event you were at, and this guy, this pathetic non-man figure, David French, on a panel discussion came after you.
After he lambasted Julie Kelly, I think we have an article about it that covers it from those brave individuals at the dispatch, lifting up the rock on the gutter right.
I think they're talking about you and me, Chris.
So, first things first, thank you for standing by Julie.
I would do none other.
She's a good friend.
She's a great reporter.
She has been, as you've seen, she's been very courageous, often You know, a voice crying alone in the wilderness on certain subjects.
And when she has something that she is interested in and believes is wrong and needs to be reported on, she has a terrier-like ability to stick with it for a very long time.
And she's been doing that.
I mean, the reporting that she's done about the abuse of some of the J6 prisoners and other things, I think, has been really excellent.
Nobody else is doing it.
Very happy to have her as both a friend and a colleague.
Yeah, it's stunning.
She does have that tenacity to just, you know, keep on digging, go to the actual court hearings of the political prisoners from January the 6th like nobody else.
So, people can investigate this story by themselves, but the thing that shocks me is this individual, I guess we'd call him, what, a never-Trump pseudo-conservative.
Julie Kelly made a comment about David French's wife, that at the time she made the comment was accurate.
Afterwards, the wife and the husband embroidered on it said that this sexual incident with her pastor occurred when she was underage.
Something that Julie had not been told when she made the comment.
And all of that is hidden by French's assault on her and you.
And I just, maybe I'm naive, Chris, what kind of man attacks a woman but hides the truth about the way the story came out and the chronology?
Isn't there some deep moral turpitude when you just brush over the chain of events to assault a woman's reputation?
Yeah, I mean, we have a responsibility, I think, as Christians, in order to talk about people in a way that's truthful, and when you attempt to cast yourself as a victim, And you besmirch other people's reputations wrongly, then that's wrong.
And, you know, when we think about the incident in question, one of the things that, you know, this is like this weird inside baseball incident because it keeps coming back up again.
This is almost four years ago.
Hang on, hang on.
I didn't even know.
Are you serious?
Yeah.
This is almost before this issue that French is, is fulminating on right now is almost half a decade ago.
It's, it is not.
Yes.
It is way, way back in the pre COVID world.
And, uh, you know, a year and a half or so before, uh, we even had heard of something called COVID.
You know, we're talking about things that happened in 2018 and 2019.
Um, and it just resurfaces on social media every.
Every so often, and I really wonder why, but I mean, it just sort of goes to, I think, the broader point about the way people perform in public on social media.
It's unhealthy, it's unhelpful, and it's often extremely distasteful for people who are just, you know, sort of trying to do their jobs like Julie Kelly.
And to be used as sort of a prop so that other people can't portray themselves as victims is pathetic.
You said there's a certain way we have to act as Christians and the certain obligations we have to the truth.
Your timing is perfect.
Early today, somebody called Megan Basham, I think she has a culture beat.
I don't know where she writes, but she's often a guest at my buddy Andrew Clavin's show.
She tweeted this, and I think everybody should take note when you're told.
Don't be so rude and, you know, measure yourself.
She quoted on Twitter the words of Jesus Christ that we need to keep in front of us.
He wasn't a peacenik and he wasn't a beatnik.
He said the following.
These are Jesus's words.
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites!
For you are like whitewashed tombs, which outwardly appear beautiful, but within are full of dead people's bones and all uncleanliness.
So you also.
Go and tell that fox, behold I cast out demons and perform cures today.
You serpents, you brood of vipers!
How are you to escape being sentenced to hell?
Not exactly mild-mannered, and when the other side never ever put on their kid gloves, ignored the Marquis of Queensbury rules, well then you have to ask yourself, why do we have to behave in a way that is nice?
We're talking to the founder, the editor-in-chief of this superb website.
It is, of course, AmericanGreatnessAmGreatness.com.
We're going to discuss with Chris the news from PayPal.
They got in a lot of trouble.
And the future for Twitter.
In the meantime, don't forget we are everywhere on social media except the fascistic YouTube.
So follow us.
Follow us on Twitter, on Facebook, on Instagram, on Truth Social.
And also, Rumble for the video clips, and the audio podcast version is available to you on Spotify.
Just plug in my name, Sebastian Gawker, America's first writer.
It's a five-star review.
Share the links with your friends, and check out our website as well, SebGawker.com.
We'll be back with Chris after these messages.
That whole brouhaha, that was over three years ago.
Yeah, that audio clip of me and David French is from summer of 2019, and it's referencing the incidents and the things that Julie had written, which were like six plus months before that.
Incredible.
Did you know that he was going to ambush you on the platform, on the panel?
I mean, I didn't know, but I knew that I had a strong suspicion that he would.
Uh, do something, but I honestly, I actually, you know, there was kind of an eye opener for me because I thought that he would have a better decorum than that and to try and hijack somebody else's conference with something as sort of personal and petty and untrue as that.
So it was, uh, we'll call it, we'll talk it up to a learning experience because I thought he would say something, but I really did not think that he would do what he did.
You know, when I just, you know, did my own research, I just found it so vomitous that he completely covers up when the details about his wife... He's just blatantly lying.
He's lying.
He's lying.
Yeah.
Two and a half minutes.
It tells you a lot about who he is.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I can't remember, in that audio clip, could you hear Mona Cherin?
Because she's in the front row.
No!
No, no, no.
What does she say?
Okay, there's another part.
There's like a Q&A portion.
I guess it must have been after the part that the clip plays.
But then she starts to rail on Julie, too.
It says, you have to fire her.
Are you going to fire her?
I said, Mona, just stop.
I said, that is never, ever going to happen.
Pathetic.
Two minutes.
Can you tell, by the way, in that clip who the moderator is?
It's Charlie Sykes.
Oh, it sounded very fey.
I didn't know who it was.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Just want to come in with anything?
uh Is there anything short and fun?
Some of the cuts of the boss, I guess.
No, they're too long.
But Hassan's pretty good.
Oh, Hassan!
Let's do Hassan Mehdi, my buddy Mehdi!
I think I was on Al Jazeera with him, like, many moons ago.
Cut six.
I think he worked for Al Jazeera, didn't he?
I think he did.
I still think Geoff's response was the funniest thing ever.
I did not say anything.
No, he did not.
He denies that.
And none of us heard what he said.
That was my response, never mind.
That's more like an Eric response.
That's why I was kind of surprised.
It was so great.
This thing I went to the weekend.
I didn't realize it was Car Firearms, his biggest gun store.
And so I said, so what kind of price can you do me on ammo?
Cause he had pallets of ammo.
And so I bought 4,000 rounds of nine mil at cost.
It was a good weekend.
It's a good weekend.
Nice.
Good weekend.
Goodest cost.
Yep.
Yep.
Coming in with cost.
How much was cost?
700 bucks for 4,000 rounds.
Wow.
That's really good.
That's really good.
It is.
Uh, Giuliani's confirmed, Jeff.
Great.
And I've got a picture of, uh- I said- I said 830.
Picture of what?
Uh, Chris' book, by the way, also called American Greatness.
Ah, good!
Got a new book coming on January, by the way.
Excellent.
We'll mention it.
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
If the election deniers on the right win in 2022, in November, next month, to me, democracy looks like it's over in America.
Fascism is here to stay.
And if they lose, we get maybe another insurrection, domestic terrorism, a civil war, God forbid.
That's Mehdi Hassan on MSNBC.
Chris Boskirk of American Greatsons, help me out.
I thought the fascism was already here when you've got people traveling from California to Virginia to assassinate Supreme Court justices.
When you've got Bernie Sanders volunteers with, you know, Soviet assault rifles shooting a baseball diamond up and trying to kill Republican congressmen.
I thought the fascists have already arrived.
The Stalinists sure have.
Well, don't forget, I mean, you know, fascism and socialism, I mean, you know, they're kissing cousins.
National socialism versus international socialism.
They're both bad and they are both residents of the American left.
Do you have anything to respond?
Because I just look at people like Mehdi Hassan and they're clowns.
They're just, you know, they're like the sad clown that, you know, that has the tear painted on because they're just not funny, Chris.
They're not funny.
I mean, it's just, it's just, it's tedious and stupid.
I mean, they get on these, they get on these jags that they go on for years on end.
I mean, he's up there saying, if X happens, then maybe, just maybe, there's a little democracy.
Otherwise, the democracy is dead and the fascism is here to stay.
What's he saying there?
He doesn't even know what the Biden regime is, the fascist regime that he's presently living under.
It doesn't make any sense.
I mean, it's just like performing monkeys at the circus.
Alright, the book is American Greatness, but you've got a new one coming out soon.
What is the next one, Chris?
The next one comes out in January called America and the Art of the Possible.
How to revitalize America after an age of decay.
Can you release it on January 6th?
Well, you know what, we'll have to call our mutual friend, my publisher, Roger Kimball, and see if they can do it.
All right, I'll text Roger as soon as we're off with this interview.
All right, Chris, let's talk about your area.
You understand Palo Alto.
You understand big tech, venture capital.
First things first, very quickly, PayPal, was that the biggest self-owned?
I mean, the crash in their shares when they said, oh, we're going to take money from your account if we politically disagree with you.
How stupid are they?
They're pretty dumb, but they're also pretty powerful.
And to me, I looked at that, and then they backpedal with the, oh, I don't know, that was an error.
I don't know how that got out.
That doesn't make any sense.
It doesn't wash with anybody.
I mean, they tried to do something.
You don't accidentally draft that email, and then accidentally slip up on a banana peel, and then send it out to literally tens of millions of people, because that's how many users that they have.
That was not something that, it may have been an accident in the sense of them Not wanting to release it yet or not wanting people to pick up on what they were doing, but obviously that was intentionally drafted.
I had a number of people emailing me saying, you know, you should switch over to Zelle or something like that.
And, you know, I agree, get off of PayPal immediately.
But what this points to in the bigger picture, what it points to is that these corporations are not trustworthy and that anybody who believes in private property, anybody who believes in any sort of freedom, Or privacy or rights to free association.
They need to be dealing with other businesses that are not tyrannical in the way that these large corporations are.
And they are all like this.
We really, really need to focus on building a new parallel economy that believes in the American way of life.
That's why he created American Greatness, amgreatness.com.
He is the founder, he's the editor-in-chief.
Chris, last question.
Twitter, on, off, on, off.
Those fascinating DMs between the former CEO, Rasputin, and Elon Musk.
I think there's no way they're not going to sabotage this, even if Jack Dorsey wants Elon Musk to take over.
What is your prognosis?
Whether it closes or not, my suspicion is that, you know, I don't have a strong conviction on this, but if I'm betting, I would say it probably closes.
Really?
And that Elon winds up with Twitter, which would probably be a very good thing.
So you have high hopes that he will maintain his commitment, showing us the algorithm behind the curtain, the little green man.
We're going to see him.
I think he would.
Yeah, I really do.
I mean, I think it's something that he basically believes in.
He thinks it would actually make the platform stronger because the transparency in and of itself would give people more trust.
All right, you heard it here.
We're going to talk to you when we find out more.
We're going to keep our eyes... Watch this space.
Watch this space, the eyes on the prize, and also the other space, amgreatness.com.
Thank you, Chris Buskirk, and on behalf of our three million listeners, thank you for standing with that rock star, Julie Kelly.

Alright, I'm in the middle of something.
M3. M3. M3. M3.
Thank you.
This is America first with Sebastian Gorka!
Big businesses like, you know, PayPal and Walmart and Amazon, they've got their lobbyists here in the swamp.
But what about real businesses?
What about small businesses that can't pay millions of dollars for swamp creatures to knock on congressmen's doors?
Well, they do have a friend.
It's called the amazing Job Creators Network, a good friend of the show.
Small businesses are the lifeblood of America.
They employ more than 60 million people every single day.
Learn how you can join their growing army of advocates for the lifeblood of this nation at JobCreatorsNetwork.com.
They are kicking off a bus tour across America, visiting small business owners and entrepreneurs and local legislators.
If you live near Erie, Pennsylvania or Stewart, Florida, you should go to one of their free events this week.
Go to thegreatopportunityproject.com to find out more.
That's thegreatopportunityproject.com from the Job Creators Network.
Have you heard what they've done in California?
Big Brother is alive and well, and we're going to discuss it with a good friend of the show.
He is a doctor.
He's also, more importantly, a marine.
Dr. Cordy Williams.
Welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me, Seb.
Good to see you, beautiful man.
All right.
I don't get called that very often, at least not by guests on my show, but we appreciate it.
So let me start first by talking about what happened in Florida.
So the Surgeon General of Florida, who's an MD and a PhD, tweets out a factual report about myocarditis and deaths amongst The certain male age group, I think it was 24 to 55, shocking high figures for negative side effects of vaccination.
His tweet is unilaterally deleted by Twitter and then we have, sorry, his account was blocked and then it was unblocked.
Uh, when they got a lot of heat for that censorship.
And then this story that you sent me, Cordy, absolutely unbelievable.
It's already a fait accompli.
It's been signed by Gavin Newsom.
It was sponsored, sponsored by the California Medical Association.
And I'm just going to read the headline and then you can react for us.
Gavin Newsom signs bill to police doctors on COVID-19 misinformation, a bill that will subject doctors to discipline and possible suspension if they, quote, spread misinformation.
Dr. Williams, who gets to decide what is misinformation in California?
Well, you know, evidently it's the Biden regime, you know, And the Gavin Newsom regime and anybody that can't, you know, utter a logical thought and can't control their bowel movements like Sleepy Joe, they're evidently the ones that control this country.
And now we have no medical freedom, but we have places like California that want to create, you know, be sanctuary states for homelessness, transgender sex changes.
You know, abortion now, and now they're basically saying the doctor-patient relationship is not off-limits, and doctors can't really put their patients' care first.
I mean, I just saw a study, Seb, that the Gateway Pundit put out that showed that 1 in 8 women that were told to get the COVID vax when they were pregnant, that 1 in 8 women, their babies are actually dying.
And now we've got people like Gavin Newsom saying, you know what?
Your freedoms are on hold in California and now really across the nation if we continue under the leadership of this feckless tyrant that doesn't even know where he is half the time, the cadaver in the White House.
So, I need to know, because you're in California.
There are individuals like yourself, here and there, who are medical professionals, who have the gall, have the spine to speak up.
Peter McCullough, who's one of them, just had his Twitter account, I believe, cancelled over the weekend.
Is there nobody organizing, when you see the California Medical Association pile in as co-sponsors of this fascist measure, is there any resistance on behalf of doctors who believe that science isn't something that should be censored?
Well, you know, we've got, we've got Simone Gold's group and that's really from what I've seen.
We've got Judy Mikevich out there.
You know, these are some of my colleagues, some of my friends.
I'm a chiropractor and within the chiropractic space, we were known to be the rebels, but most chiropractors are double masking or getting the shots and, and they're running for cover, which is really sad.
And that just goes back to, you know, the, the, the missing, I would just say the missing link in our society right now is biblical God-given values.
A nuclear family and men with testicular fortitude.
And that's honestly what it comes down to.
People stepping up and saying, you know what, if we're going to allow this to happen, what's next?
They're already mandating shots.
You know, I've seen so many Marines and you've seen them as well, Seb.
They're getting court-martialed.
You know, Sleepy Joe was praising the Coast Guard guy the other day, and he's giving him a phone call, and then the guy's set to get dishonorably discharged or discharged the following day because he didn't want to get the COVID scam vaccine.
Crazy.
It's absolutely outrageous.
Do you think there's any hope for your former Marines who are now being pushed out?
Do you think that there is a plan?
I know that they're being forced out, but at least is there somebody who's picking up that baton and fighting for their civil rights?
Not yet, but you know, hopefully Simone Gould and others, Lee Dundas, you know, those are people certainly that we can talk to that are, Joey Gilbert, Um, you know, those are some freedom fighters that I know that are willing to stake, you know, stand up and take a chance.
And it's not about money for them.
It's about, okay, what's the end game?
What's the end game to get these guys the respect they need and deserve and give them a life after the military?
Um, you know, I hope organizations will come around, certainly 1776 Forever Free, my nonprofit, we would raise money for that because, you know, if they were good enough at 18 to take a bullet and fight for their country, they're good enough now to have a job Under this tyrannical rule that's saying they can't control.
What goes in their brains or what goes in their veins.
Well you must be doing something right because I just clicked on your Twitter account for 1776foreverfree and I got a warning message from the overlords at Twitter that this account has been restricted.
That's how much the megaphone marine is a troublemaker.
It's 1776foreverfree and his Twitter account that you should follow right now is Dr. Cordy W.
That's D-R for Dr. Cordy, C-O-R-D-I-E, and W for Williams.
God bless you.

Are you gonna scratch those?
Well, we are in E, right?
Yes.
So I'll do a... I'll do a MyPillow here.
MyPillow.
Alright. 45. 45.
45.
Constitution, America first.
Just how stupid are the leftists, are the pro-abortion drones?
Our good buddy Mary Margaret Olihan from the Daily Signal.
Did you know there was a woman's march at the weekend?
I guess it didn't make a lot of news.
Well, she went out there with a camera and a microphone and, um, well, it was interesting when she spoke to the marchers.
Cut it!
Having abortion banned means that we're basically getting our choices of our bodies taken away and as a woman that like speaks volume because now I have to be more careful when I have sex or like it's like standing up for women who get raped or like incest and like it's just such a big deal that they're taking this away and it's like we're going backwards.
So taking away the right to abortion basically makes you have to think a lot harder about who you have sex with?
Yes.
Okay, that's interesting.
Yeah, right?
You mean you just can't have sex with strangers in the parking lot?
You think you might have to think twice before you go to that orgy?
Wow.
That's a great thing.
Give her a Nobel Prize.
Mary Markle doing it again.
And the President speaking.
If you missed the rally in Nevada, we have his take on what happened in the last few months when it came to Mar-a-Lago.
Let's listen to President Trump on the great document hoax.
Cut four!
This is a new hoax, the document hoax.
Just look at how every other president has been treated when they left office.
Very interesting.
They've been given all the time, these are other presidents, all the time needed because you're supposed to have as much time as you need, and complete deference when it came to their documents and their papers.
Take as much as you need.
Barack Hussein Obama moved more than 20 truckloads, over 33 million pages of documents, both classified and unclassified, to a poorly built and totally unsafe former furniture store Located in a rather bad neighborhood in Chicago.
With no security, by the way.
George W. Bush stored 68 million pages in a warehouse in Texas and lost 22 million White House emails.
He lost 22 million emails.
Can you imagine if I lost two emails that say this is terrible?
It must have been nuclear in those two!
Whatever happened to those nuclear secrets?
What happened to those contraventions of the Espionage Act?
So weird how that story just kind of died out, isn't it?
And the DOJ didn't want an independent master to go through and filter the documents?
I think that tells you everything you need to know.
Just how corrupt is the FBI?
We're gonna have a 23-year FBI veteran on the show next, and he thinks we have to get rid of it.

Some of them look pretty prosperous.
Divine Providence was clearly operating in the lives of black Americans.
Throughout history, black folks were honorable.
They had integrity.
That's what black people were.
We were never taught that America was bad and that we were not Americans.
We were raised to love America.
You see people trying to rewrite history.
The American people know these names have to go.
Why is that?
You see people trying to rewrite history.
The American people know these names have to go.
Why is that?
Whenever you have something to be proud of, people have less of a chance of controlling you.
This country is racist from top to bottom, from right to left.
And for black people to become a part of that is for them to become, in fact, anti-black.
And to hate themselves.
You're a part of my friend!
There is no country in this world that a black person would rather be.
Unless, of course, they grow up in this country.
You broke the contract!
We've been playing this game for 400 years!
Then they're fed a lie that is so deceptive The reason that that lie exists is power.
There are certain people who are using the Negro in order to establish that power in Washington.
And the Negro is just merely a pawn in a game that's bigger than he is.
Hey, don't fuck off!
Welcome dear friends to America First One on One with me your host Sebastian Gorka, former Deputy Assistant and Strategist to the 45th President of the United States.
We have a very special guest with us today and a very timely, timely discussion.
Why?
An organization I had great respect for, that I worked with very, very closely for many years before I joined the Trump administration.
Well, let's put it diplomatically.
It has problems.
It has issues.
Can it be salvaged?
That is the question for today.
The organization is the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and we have with us a man who has done his time.
He served not only at the state, at the local level in law enforcement.
He has spent many, many years inside the FBI.
Steve Gray, welcome to America First One-on-One.
Dr. Corker, thank you very much for having me.
So I haven't known you a long time, but I think we connected very, very easily, very quickly.
I was at an event in New Jersey not too long ago, organized by the amazing couple George and Elizabeth Nader.
It was called A Seat at the Table, and it was I don't know, 400 or 500 patriots who were there to try and save not just New Jersey, but America.
And you were there as a political candidate.
I heard you speak.
Here's a photograph of us meeting there in New Jersey.
I was impressed with the fighting spirit of those New Jerseyans.
Now, I know that you are a very outspoken former FBI special agent.
We'll talk about why you felt it is necessary to speak out, but for our viewers who missed our briefer, our shorter discussion with you previously here on the Salem Network, tell us a little bit about your professional history before the FBI, inside the FBI, and the kinds of things you did in the Bureau, Steve.
Sure, absolutely.
So, I was actually in college when I applied to local police departments for a job.
I was only 20 years old when I actually got hired by one of the local police departments outside of Atlantic City called Summers Point, New Jersey.
And I was a patrolman there.
I rose to the rank of sergeant and I was also basically The youngest patrolman ever promoted to the rank of sergeant within that department history.
How old were you when they made you a sergeant, Steve?
I was 25.
That's insane.
It is.
It really is, because everybody that I basically was supervising was much older than me in their 40s and 50s.
So I really had to step up my game and make it a team effort so that they understood that I knew what I was doing, but I also Alright, you got me on a sidetrack, a rabbit hole already.
do the job.
All right, you've got me on a sidetrack, a rabbit hole already.
I want to know, how does a 25-year-old sergeant manage relations professionally with a guy who's been on the beat, beat cop or in a radio car for 10 years who's 15 years older than him?
Did you kind of subvert the chain of command and say, I'm here to listen to you?
Or was it less?
I'm curious, what mechanisms did you use as such a young sergeant to have some kind of unit cohesion?
That's a great question because you understand that the individuals that I was supervising were all the ones that I beat out for the role of sergeant.
I needed to approach it very delicately and it was basically a team approach and once they understood that I knew the job and they knew exactly what I was doing, they were there to assist in any way they could and we had a great cohesive group.
At any one point, I was supervising anywhere from four to seven patrolmen, including a canine officer.
And we went out and we got the job done.
Summers Point is a very busy town.
It's a short town, especially during the summer.
We get a lot of traffic from Atlantic City, New Jersey.
And we were basically running all night long from 7 a.m.
to 7 p.m.
to 7 a.m.
All right, so how do you get from being the youngest sergeant in your force, age 25, to having to walk the yellow brick road at Quantico?
We see behind you, I've never seen such a nicely, nicely mounted set of FBI credentials.
It's on his, right over his left shoulder, his original FBI credentials.
I presume that's a retirement gift.
Tell us how you got from sergeant to doing the selection for the FBI.
And by the way, guys, if you haven't been to Quantico, it is actually a yellow brick road and they give you a brick if you pass or if you're the right kind of person.
Tell us the story.
Right.
And I want you to understand, I'm proud of those credentials.
I'm proud of the work that I did in the FBI, but I'm not proud of the FBI today.
And that's important because I know we're going to get into that in our discussion because there's a lot of there's a lot of things going on in the FBI that just aren't right today.
But it's all fate.
I responded to a car accident.
It happened to be an FBI agent.
We got talking to that.
Oh, hang on.
The guy who had the accident was an FBI g-man?
Funny.
Yeah, absolutely.
So I got talking to him.
He said, you know, you'd make a great FBI agent.
He introduced me to other individuals.
They invited me to the Philadelphia office.
I took a tour.
And from there, I started the paperwork.
And it's a long, hard road.
Only 3% of the agents who apply for the first application and actually pass their boards and become an FBI agent is only 3%.
So that's not a lot.
And, you know, I went through a rigorous application process, a rigorous physical response, a rigorous Physical education.
I did the polygraph.
I made it all the way through, and I became an FBI agent.
And I did very well in the academy, and for that I was rewarded the New York office, which is one of the busiest offices in the state.
Hang on, hang on.
After you did the new agent course, your first posting was New York?
It was, yes.
That's pretty hot.
It is, absolutely, because there are a lot of field offices across the United States that they could have sent me to, but the FBI only sends the best and the brightest to the New York office.
And the reason is, is because the New York office has the most cases within the FBI.
And they're also responsible for a lot of overseas investigations that are going on in Europe or in Africa.
So, you started in New York, the hub of activity.
Now in Chelsea, there's a JTTF, very, very important part of the FBI, that is bringing together a clearinghouse of information relating to terrorist threats.
Walk us through, how many years first?
Tell us you were in the Bureau, and then walk us through the things that you did, because you've got the big baskets.
You've got counter-terrorism, CRIM, or the, you know, classic crime stuff.
You've got the counter-intelligence, the catching spies.
When did you start in New York?
How long did you serve, Steve?
And tell us all the kinds of cool things you did.
Yeah, so I started in New York in 1999.
I spent 23 years of my career in New York, except for the two that I worked at headquarters in Washington, D.C., when I thought the right thing to do was to go into management and hopefully go into upper management.
I started out in foreign counterintelligence, which is absolutely the best time, one of the best times of my life.
We were actually actively going out into New York City looking for and chasing down international spies on a daily basis, and it doesn't get any better than that.
You mean all the ones that were hanging around the UN, right?
Absolutely.
And the consulates, that sort of thing.
And I started actually working North Korean foreign counterintelligence.
Wow.
That's a hard target, ladies and gentlemen.
Iran, North Korea, those are the two hardest targets.
You're absolutely right, Dr. Gorka, and one of the reasons why they put me there, I think, was because of my prior police background and the fact that I was very good at speaking to individuals in the field.
So, whenever I was speaking to somebody, I was always speaking to them at their level.
That was very Great for me because it allowed me to get a lot of information from people.
So working North Korea, the North Koreans, like every other country in the world, they're very active here in the United States.
And from there I went into You know, Chinese counterintelligence, because at that time, the Chinese were upping their game, and they needed to create more squads within the New York office to counter the CCP threat.
So I went from there.
From there, I worked basically East Asian counterintelligence as a supervisor at FBI headquarters.
And I went back to New York as a Chinese counterintelligence supervisor.
And again, it was one of the best times of my life.
I absolutely loved it.
Don't give away any tradecraft secrets, but North Korean vs Chinese, who were the harder ones to deal with?
I think it was equally the same, because the North Koreans are trained by the Chinese.
We're looking at basically an equal.
The only difference is that I think that the North Koreans would treat their individuals much more harshly than the Chinese.
Yeah, totally Stalinist state.
Communist China is communist, but North Korea is Stalinist.
We're talking to Steve Gray, 23 years in the bureau.
He was a sergeant before that at the age of 25.
That's insane.

It's far too easy to take for granted.
It's far too easy to take for granted what those who have served in uniform do for us every single day.
Can I just play a clip for you from a family member of one of the SEALs killed on the Extortion 13 incident in Afghanistan?
Let's just play a clip.
I've made more memories and had greater experiences than ten normal people.
We take it for granted what they do for us, the men and women that stand on the wall.
That, in this case, give everything for us.
And it's easy to take for granted even more so those who come home and they look okay.
They're not amputees.
They don't have facial burns.
But what if they have real post-traumatic stress?
22 a day of our veterans are taking their own lives.
That is 22 too many.
What do we do about it?
We support great organizations like Mighty Oaks, founded by combat veterans like Chad Robichaud that have six ranches across America where they provide faith-based counseling for veterans and active duty service members who travel there with their families for free.
They don't pay for the travel, the accommodation, the counseling, the food, nothing!
We do.
You do.
Will you give back?
I think it's the least that we can do, and it's a beautiful way to support our veterans.
Please go to my website, SebGorka.com, and click on the Restore Our Warriors banner at the top.
You'll see me and Chad Robichaud give as little as you can, as much as you can, but please make a difference for our veterans that deserve our support.

Thank you for all of your support.
All right, so you're hunting down terrorists in New York.
Sorry, you're hunting down spies in New York, North Korea, Chinese.
Talk about the rest of your time inside the bureau, Steve.
Yeah, sure.
So the rest of my time was spent basically working in the JTTF, which is the Joint Terrorism Task Force, with the NYPD.
We worked basically covert surveillance, which meant that we were basically on the street acting as somebody else, meaning that we never, unless it was a police officer, we never identified ourselves as FBI agents.
We were always identifying ourselves as somebody different.
That was able to enable us to keep our cover while we basically got as close to these terrorism suspects as we could.
From there, I worked criminal division, I worked bank fraud and complex financial scams.
From there, I went on to work within the operations center, which is Basically, the heartbeat of the New York office.
Along the way, I became a firearms instructor.
I was the team leader of the evidence response team.
But I think that my time in the operations center, working within the operations center, was what really opened my eyes to what was going on within the FBI and the fact that this bureau has changed 100%.
All right, we'll talk about that in a second.
Before we get to the meat of our discussion, I just have a professional question because you know I spent, you know, almost 20 years doing counterterrorism stuff, supporting the Bureau and our military.
Give us your professional estimation, having been in Chelsea, inside the most important JTTF, The JTTF model that we created after 9-11, that was this kind of fusion center brought together federal, state, local entities, provided accreditation to task force officers who were deputized.
Are you a fan?
Does that model work?
Is it an improvement?
I think it is an improvement as far as on the state and local level.
We need our law enforcement partners to get the job done.
There's no way that you could take an FBI agent who just gets to New York or has been only in New York for five or six years, put them on the JTTF and then tell them to go chase down suspects within a New York office.
You need the NYPD to assist that.
You need these guys that have been there for 20 and 25 years to help us because they know the city much better than any FBI agent.
Yeah, and it just makes so much sense.
You know, you're parachuted in from Quantico to New York.
How are you going to know more about, you know, Brooklyn than the beat cop who's been there for 15 years?
I think that's an obvious advantage.
All right, so walk us through, take us through your journey, Steve.
What are the first things that made you realize there's problems in Denmark, to say?
To quote Shakespeare, there are problems in the state of Denmark.
Well, you know, there's always been whispers, but I first noticed it when I noticed that the FBI started shutting out conservative agents, and they stopped promoting conservative agents, and they were only promoting those agents that they thought were more liberal.
The other thing was they were pushing those conservatives out, trying to get them to retire.
Along the same lines, they're doing the same thing with the support personnel, and they're still doing it today.
They're trying to get rid of these old conservative support employees by offering them huge buyouts.
Throwing tons of money at them to get them to retire so that they can bring in younger, more liberal individuals that they can control easier and, you know, change the Bureau forever.
And when you say they're doing, they are doing that, they're pushing these people out, whether it's SOS staff, intelligence analysts, or what have you, who's the they?
Is it, you know, HR in the RA, in the field office?
Is it DC, the Hoover building?
Is there a locus of antipathy to conservatives?
Absolutely.
It's FBI headquarters, and they're the ones that are pulling the strings on all of this.
You see it today.
I saw it when I was the supervisor of Operations Command.
We were getting emails.
One of the biggest emails that really made me sick was the fact that we have a national case where we were classifying parents as domestic terrorists.
It's absolutely outrageous.
And it really turned my stomach when I saw that, because even though I can't tell you what I saw when I was reading through the documents, I'm reading through the documents and I'm thinking, these are not domestic terrorists.
These are concerned parents who are concerned about their child's education and the way their children are being taught and, you know, basically—I'm sorry, I'm looking for the I can't find it.
But the bottom line is that they're concerned about... Well, they want their kids to go back to school.
They want the schools to be opened again.
So the really shocking thing is when you hear that the DOJ is encouraging the FBI to use Elements, mechanisms of the Patriot Act, which is meant to track and hunt down terrorists, to go after parents, and they're doing this.
We now have it.
This is unclassified.
You can read about it.
There is collusion between the National Association of School Boards And the White House and the DOJ to do that, which is, you know, this is... If I were inside the building, I would be concerned as well.

So, you know, for me, Steve, this is a very personal story.
I think I told you when we met in New Jersey that before I joined the Trump administration, my wife and I had the only external contract to provide counterterrorism training on ISIS and AQ to the Bureau.
So I'd be traveling 20,000 miles a month.
I'd be giving lectures to field offices and RAs across the country.
I'd meet the ASAC.
I'd meet the senior special agent and I'd get the coin from that field office.
I'd get the patch.
I'd save them.
I'd rotate the pins out.
And then today I look at the last 18 months and two years and I see an organization that, well, it shouldn't surprise anybody.
When I was in the White House, after I had requested by name three individuals from the FBI who had been students of mine to come and work for me on a detail in the White House, after six months of waiting, I was informed off the record by a senior FBI agent that, Seb, I was informed off the record by a senior FBI agent that, Seb, you're not going to get those details to the White House because, and this is a quote, Steve, the seventh floor of the Hoover building looks at this White House
Now that's a shocking quote because they're part of the executive and they serve the man who is chosen by the American people.
So how did we get to that point that the leadership, not the agents who are in the Joint Terrorism Task Force in New York, but the lawyers, the guys in the seventh floor, the leadership, the assistant directors and what have you, Look, as an elected president, as an enemy.
I have some theories.
One of them that was shared with us by a very senior guy is, after 9-11, Bush said to the FBI, you're no longer a law enforcement agency, you're an intelligence agency, and you have to prevent the next attack.
That change of mission set created some other secondary and tertiary effects that were very negative, but you were on the inside.
Can you give us a diagnosis of how the FBI came to be corrupted?
Yeah, absolutely.
I'll give you a perfect example.
Look, the FBI has stopped hiring good conservative agents and they're only hiring liberal agents.
That's a fact.
We saw it in the New York office.
When James Comey was fired by Donald Trump, The liberal agents within the New York office to prove that they were in solidarity all hung a picture of James Comey up at their desk.
That's exactly who knew who was liberal and who was conservative within the FBI New York office because every single liberal agent within that New York office was hanging a picture.
And who was hanging the picture?
Most of the individuals that were hired within one to five years within the FBI.
All right, so talk to us about how it developed, what happened to you, what was your decision to leave?
When did you decide to leave?
Well, I decided to leave in the late fall of 2021.
of 2021.
I saw what they had done to...
Mike Flint?
General Flynn?
No, no, no.
I'm sorry.
Rudy Giuliani and Roger Stone.
Rudy Giuliani is an interesting case because I worked right next to the squad that handled the search for Rudy Giuliani.
Uh, agents that went into Rudy Giuliani's home.
One of those agents came to me and said, Steve, I have no idea why I was there.
They really didn't know what they were searching for, what was going on.
They had a search warrant to search for documents and other information.
But I think the bottom line was, is they were looking to grab as much information From Rudy Giuliani on Donald Trump than they were on attempting to get information on the laptop.
All right.
I need to use your experience with regards to that to help me understand what you think really happened at Mar-a-Lago.
We talked to Steve Gray.

Now, Steve, for those who aren't LEOs, aren't law enforcement officers, 1811s, federal or state or local or what have you, can you just explain a very small detail of our constitutional order?
Why you are not allowed to have a quote, general or universal warrant.
You're not allowed to get a warrant from a judge that says we are going to John Smith's house to find stuff.
Am I correct?
That is not permissible?
No, it's not.
So how does it work?
What does a warrant have to be about?
Just to be specific.
Remember, this is one of the greatest intrusions that anybody can suffer.
When the FBI comes into your home, and they bang on the door, and they enter, and they corral the entire family into one room, and they hold them there, while strangers pick through all of your personal identification and your personal property.
It's absolutely horrible.
Well, in that specific incident, the warrant has to specifically state exactly the address that to be searched and the specific items to be seized.
specific items to be seized, right?
These blanket warrants that they're issuing today just basically say documents.
Well, what kind of documents?
That's important to know because now the FBI is going in and they're taking tax documents, they're taking financial documents, they're taking anything that they can get their hands on to throw in a box that they can look at later and it's absolutely wrong.
And it has to be connected to a crime that has been committed or a crime that I have reasonable suspicion to think is about to be committed, correct?
That's exactly right, Dr. Gorka.
You're absolutely right.
And in this specific incident, generally nine and a half to ten times out of ten, if we search somebody's home without an arrest warrant attached, we are going to make the arrest one to three months down the road because we already know the facts of the case and what that individual's hiding within this house.
In the fact of Rudy Giuliani, this was an intimidation factor.
They were trying to intimidate Rudy Giuliani, make Donald Trump look bad, and all of the information that they seized from Rudy Giuliani's home, they still have yet today to produce any type of arrest warrant.
It's absolutely wrong.
And then Mar-a-Lago, Steve, your take on the Mar-a-Lago raid?
Yeah, that's just absolutely all Joe Biden right there.
The Democrats do not want Joe Biden, or I'm sorry, Joe Biden and the Democrats do not want Donald Trump to run again in 2024.
They're doing everything they can to make the president look bad.
They're trying to pull out all the stops just like they did with the impeachment trials.
This will not stop.
This is sold on Donald Trump.
Will not stop unless we, the people, stand up and demand a stop to it immediately.
And to do that, we have to stop the FBI from these intimidation tactics.
We see it right now with the FBI intimidating abortion rights activists.
Right.
So you just stole my thunder.
So it's not just, you know, America's mayor.
It's not just the 45th president.
It's Mark Houck, pro-life father.
So can you walk me through how does a senior FBI or DOJ official, when they look at a case of a guy who was accused of a misdemeanor assault a year and a half ago, when some crazy person at an abortion clinic was screaming obscenities when some crazy person at an abortion clinic was screaming obscenities at his 12-year-old The father pushes the guy away.
The local court dismisses the allegation, says we're not pressing charges.
How does the DOJ, a year later, use an FBI team to raid the house?
I mean, how does anybody justify that, Steve?
Because the Department of Justice is just as bad as the FBI right now.
They are basically being run by leftist lawyers who came out of these Ivy League schools and have been basically indoctrinated into the left.
The Mark Huckabees, let me tell you exactly how that should have gone down in the FBI with my 23 years of experience.
We would have called him on the phone and said, Mr. Alp, we have an arrest warrant for you.
This is what it's about.
We need you to come down tomorrow to the FBI headquarters in Philadelphia, and we will process you, we will give you your paperwork, and we will take you over to the courthouse.
Get you arraigned and you will be home by five o'clock.
That's how it happens within the FBI for years.
That's how it's happened.
Now, under normal circumstances, if we're going to make an arrest, it's an eight to ten man arrest team.
That's what they are.
They sent 25 men to this man's house to make an arrest with long guns.
Why on earth are they even producing or showing long guns in such a minor arrest?
It makes no sense.
Other than the fact that what the FBI The FBI and the Department of Justice are doing is they're telling individuals, listen, if you do this, we're coming after you next.
And you're going to be faced with the same situation that Mark Hauk is being faced with right now.
So stay in your home, keep your mouth shut and don't go to any abortion clinic.
That's the message from the FBI today.
Yeah, my my my issue is with you can have corrupt people that The Hoover building or even at the local field office but the idea that that agent on that team of 24-25 agents that was sent to that man's home in front of his seven children and his wife when they're told to go in there with body armor and loaded m4 carbines
I would hope that just one or two of those guys would say, sorry, I'm not a political policeman.
I'm not a secret police officer.
I don't do this.
Here's my badge.
Here's my credentials.
Here's my gun.
I want to see more whistleblowers, not less whistleblowers.
Out of a force of more than 30,000, I'd like to see I'd like to see more than 18 whistleblowers.

Alright Steve, I've saved not the best to last, I've saved the worst to last.
When you left the FBI and you had enough with the corrupting forces you witnessed and you started to do media interviews, two things happened to you.
You got a phone call and then you received something in the mail.
Will you tell those stories please?
Yeah, the original phone call I got was basically from a friend and the FBI told me to keep my mouth shut.
The FBI is not happy with me speaking out.
The second one was much more stringent.
They sent basically 100 morning bands, the black band that you slip over one's badge when an officer or a police Or a FBI agent dies in the line of duty, they sent these badges to me.
So those who aren't familiar, you may have seen this, that officers, NYPD does it, FBI does it, when a colleague is killed in the line of duty, you put a black band, a fabric band over your badge, a mourning band.
You were sent a hundred in the mail, and who mailed them to you?
Well, they came from the New York office.
From who?
I have no idea.
But it was basically, hey, keep your mouth shut or else.
And I will say this.
I have my own sources within the FBI that I've been talking to.
And one of those sources told me that the FBI right now is combing through all of my old cases, looking for anything that they can use against me to shut me up.
And because of that, I've had to tell my family and warn my family that, listen, including my little girl, that the FBI may come knocking at our door at six in the morning and may come into our home and may take me away because I've been speaking out.
They're looking for anything that they can find.
Shocking.
It really is.
Well, because I have a source now who has told me that the FBI in Newark, New Jersey, the special agent in charge, James Dennehy, is cooking the books with regards to informants.
So he has demanded that every single agent within the Newark office hold at least two or more informants, which is absolutely ludicrous.
But the reason why he's doing that is because he's trying to inflate the numbers in order to get more money to flow into the Newark office.
And it's just absolutely wrong because First of all, the FBI spends way too much money on informants as it is.
And number two, most of those informants don't give us the information that's needed to complete the case.
It's a very small percentage of informants that are actually informative or have the information that the FBI needs.
So why would the SEC of the Newark office demand that every Newark agent Have at least two or more informants on the books.
It has to be for money and to make him look like he's a much better SAC than he is.
Well, we've only just scratched the surface.
I've got just one question left.
Got 20 seconds for you, Steve.
Can the FBI be fixed or do we have to start from scratch?
No, it can't be fixed.
It has to be torn down.
And when I say that, and I've given this a lot of thought, the FBI has to be broken up.
We have to take the criminal, the counterintelligence, and the counterterrorism divisions and split them up because the FBI has way too much power and way too much money, over a $10 billion budget.
And now they're building secret facilities on Army bases in Alabama, which is absolutely crazy.
Why are we building secret facilities on military bases now?
So in order to make the FBI much less powerful, number one, we have to break it up.
And we say, oh, we have to defund it.
A lot of people are talking about that.
But that's not going to work.
Defunding the FBI and shutting it down is not going to work.
But If you break it up and make it much less powerful and then influence, have more individuals at the top who are watching what is going on, and number three is to not allow the president to appoint the individual who is at the top of each one of these three divisions, then I think that we can start to get this done.
But the only way that we're going to be able to fix the FBI is to break it completely up and break all of those visions up and then not allow them to be in the same building together.
They have to be in three separate buildings and run by three separate individuals.
You heard it here, 23 years in the bureau, and he says no, it cannot be salvaged.
I want to thank you, Steve, for speaking the truth.
Never, ever stop speaking it.
