Thank you.
We're going straight in with a very, very important guest.
I am incredibly grateful to my good buddy, former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino for connecting me today with one of a handful, handful of whistleblowers from the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
Somebody Dan has done two incredible interviews with.
Kyle Serafim, welcome to America First.
Thank you, Dr. Berger.
Kyle, everybody needs to see the interviews you did with Dan Bongino.
We'll post them on all our social media again.
You can see them, clips of them, on my Instagram, on my Twitter.
First things first, how long were you with the Bureau and why are you a whistleblower?
I've been with the Bureau for six years in June of this year and I saw a whole bunch of things that were disconcerting.
We started off on the interior, like you do, try to expose things and ask the questions that needed to be asked inside the FBI.
But unfortunately, the FBI investigates all of its own misconduct, and the DOJ cosigns on all that as well.
So the only way to get that out into the public is to go to Congress, and sometimes it's just going something like this as well.
So what are your concrete allegations about the Bureau from which you have now been suspended or you're under?
What does your Twitter handle say that you are under permanent suspension?
What are you reporting as a whistleblower about your parent agency?
Absolutely.
So the allegations that we've made were that the FBI, in following the leadership of the DOJ, has followed a very political path in the choice of investigations.
And it's a lot like editorial bias, where you choose to cover some stories, you choose not to cover some stories.
The types of pages that we're covering are specific, and they are right-leaning potential perpetrators.
And a lot of them are trying to meet up with metrics that are predetermined So, whether it's going after parents who simply want to have a say in their children's school, their education, whether it is, you know, folks who are veterans who have the Betsy Ross flag, or whether they have the Gadsden flag at their house, or they have the come and take it flag in their gym the way that I used to, these types of cases are, they're really a, they're a crime really looking for a subject.
I'm not sure that they could actually justify that there was any criminal allegations on these, but that doesn't seem to stop the DOJ at this point.
So I'm going to mention three events to you and I'd like you to comment on each of them.
Number one, we have former assistant to the president who has been charged with a misdemeanor of being in contempt of Congress.
My former colleague Peter Navarro was intercepted by the FBI at Reagan Airport and put in leg shackles before he was taken to The Hoover building in DC.
By the way, he lives one block from that building, number one.
And number two, we have Mark Houck, a pro-life activist, who likewise was accused of a misdemeanor assault charge that was dismissed in a district court.
And had his house raided by more than 25 armed FBI agents in front of his wife and his seven children.
And then lastly, the idea that the FBI has stated, or the DOJ has stated, that the primary concern is white supremacy in America, not jihadi terrorism.
Could you comment on all of those one by one, please?
Sure.
As far as your former colleague goes, leg irons in an airport, that's obviously a very That's an over-the-top move, I would say.
He wasn't going to run.
I'm pretty confident of that.
I'm pretty confident that the young men and women that are involved in the FBI's arrest teams are capable of running down someone.
Also, we kind of have a pretty firm policy that if someone like that is going to run, we'll just get him another day.
That's not very hard.
So that seems very politically motivated to me.
I can't speak to it specifically because I wasn't on that case, but it is obviously concerning.
And the people inside the FBI that I speak with every day, and there's literally hundreds of them, they have the same Concerns.
They're ongoing.
Regarding the pro-life activists in Philadelphia, I have the same concerns.
I saw something similar to that in my field office when I was in New Mexico.
They had somehow prioritized this enforcement of the FACE Act, which is 18 U.S.C.
248, if my memory serves.
And this is the free access clinic.
And I've never seen anybody go after anybody for blocking the doors to a church, but we had folks that You know, we're questioned and interviewed in New Mexico, where you think there's some bigger national security concerns than whether or not someone is praying on the street outside of an abortion clinic.
And then lastly, the white supremacy is it's the FBI's boogeyman.
I started seeing it originally in 2017.
I got briefings on it from counterterrorism one at the Washington field office.
It was a big priority then.
And every time that I went out on a white supremacy surveillance case, and I did a number of them.
I couldn't tell you the number, but it's a high number.
They all seemed like they were incapable of executing any kind of a threat.
They just seemed like maybe they were racist and I wouldn't get along with them, but that's not illegal and it certainly doesn't warrant the attention of the FBI.
So it seems to me, and I say this with a heavy heart, because before I joined the White House, I'd worked with the FBI for years.
I was a trainer for the CTD, for the Counterterrorism Division.
Must have trained thousands and thousands of agents and IAs and SOS staff.
It seems to me that the Bureau has become politicized, and I'm just shocked that out of a staff of 34, 35,000, We have 18 whistleblowers reporting to the House and I think 13 that have reported to the Senate.
Why do so many of your colleagues seem to be okay with being used for political purposes?
Do you have any theory, Kyle?
They're very troubled.
Most of the people, I get a lot of private messages.
I've got folks reaching out to me that are retired and are friends of mine.
I've got folks that I've never met before that have reached out as well.
And they're all very troubled with the legacy that the Bureau has decided to shift.
And the folks that are in it, a lot of them need this paycheck.
They've got sick parents that they're taking care of.
They've got little kids.
They don't have a backup plan.
And the problem with working for the FBI is that you don't really plan on having a backup plan when you go to work there.
It's kind of the job you retire from for most people.
And I'm sympathetic to their concerns.
I try not to push anybody harder.
Everybody has to assume their own level of risk.
But there's several of us that can no longer abide by the type of The things they were asking us to be engaged in.
Why did you make that decision, Kyle?
What was the break point for you to become a whistleblower and to tell the truth publicly?
And God bless you for doing it.
Thank you.
The primary reason was the COVID vaccine mandate.
That really opened a lot of people's eyes.
And it does inspire a lot of folks in my group that are talking to me on a daily basis to share information that needs to go.
The FBI needs to be aware of it.
They bought in whole hog on the COVID piece.
It came directly on the heels of watching the BLM riots that happened all across the country, where I sat in a bunch of them, unfortunately, and they were pretty aggressive.
And so when I saw stuff like that happening and you see it's targeting one-sided, you see that there's the biggest investigation that's ever been opened for January 6th, but we didn't have people that were getting arrested.
They were getting arrested and getting walked out.
They were being let out of state charges in Portland.
Those kinds of things were very unsettling to me specifically.
The minute they started pushing, you know, their religious beliefs, which I do think it's a secular religion to get after a lot of this stuff.
They wanted the compliance regarding the COVID vaccines and I wasn't on board with that.
We have 3 million listeners live across the nation on the radio and then everybody else that watches the video and the podcast streams.
Is there any way that they can help you right now, Kyle?
There's a couple of organizations.
Most of the folks that I deal with are part of a group called Fed for Medical Freedom.
And this is a federal government wide.
This is a group that actually got the injunction on behalf of all federal employees regarding the COVID vaccine.
If you have a friend in the FBI and you know who they are, you want to talk to them about it.
This is, you know, it's given them the support.
A lot of people are afraid to go forward.
They don't know what it's going to mean for their family.
It could end up like they are in my case where I had to sell my house.
I moved out and got rid of the things that I didn't need to hold on to and that's why I just stripped down and, you know, we're on the move.
I'm borrowing this office right now.
All right, so I've got it right here.
Feds for Medical Freedom.
That's feds4medfreedom.org.
That's the thing that triggered this man to come out publicly and speak the truth.
We need many, many more like Kyle.
Please go right now to feds4medfreedom.org.
He has been giving lots of interviews.
I want to thank, very specially, Dan Bongino.
We're going to pray for you, Kyle Seraphim, and your family.
We need more like you.

FBI Whistleblower Kyle Seraphim FBI Whistleblower Exclusive All right, you want to hit the ins and outs?
Yep.
Start posting that real quick.
Yes, we'll talk to M3 guy.
All right.
Do you want me to try and grab audio for like a second?
There's one decent part where he's talking about coyote.
All right, give me that.
Is he here?
Okay.
Alright.
Hey, welcome.
Your collar is standing up at the back.
Your collar.
In 2015, I tried to commit suicide.
I tried to take my own life.
I took a bunch of pills and tried to drive off a cliff.
By 2023, we will have more deaths by suicide than we will post 9-11 combat.
Babe is referring to a report out just this summer that estimates that since 9-11, we've lost more active duty personnel and veterans to suicide than those actually killed in combat.
Sad, sad news.
Disturbing news.
And I'm also a little bit disappointed with the reaction to date in the last few days from our listeners across the nation.
I don't know what it is.
Maybe it's because I had a few guest hosts and we did some recorded promotions for the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
But I'm going to make a personal request to you right now.
Of all the things that I've done here, this is perhaps the most important campaign.
You know I came to America to work with the U.S.
military.
I'd done so in Europe, and I was so touched by the patriotism, the courage of those men, I decided to come here to America to teach the U.S.
military.
And I ended up as a professor of irregular warfare at the National Defense University and at Quantico, the crossroads of the Marine Corps.
Both jobs have propelled me eventually to the White House.
We owe so much to these men who after 20 years of war are taking their own lives in greater numbers than the numbers who were killed in combat in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The loss of every soldier, marine, airman is a tragedy.
But when they do it because they've come home and they don't get the requisite support and they're battling demons inside.
They have traumatic stress and they don't know how to talk about what they saw.
We need to stop that.
And there's an organization that is helping expressly with that objective.
It's founded by combat Marines who themselves committed or considered taking their own lives.
And they said we're going to help others.
They've built ranches across the country where active service members and recently separated veterans can go with their families for a dose of tranquility and for help.
It's a faith-based organization and it's doing the Lord's work to save lives literally.
We're going to have some of those veterans on the show to talk about how They were about to commit suicide and then they stopped because of Mighty Oaks.
It costs $2,500 per veteran for these trips to the ranches.
But they don't pay a penny for nothing.
Travel, food, nothing.
Because of people donating.
Will you donate to the Mighty Oaks?
I want this to be one of the most successful campaigns we have here at Salem.
Because it's important.
They stood on the wall for us and we owe them so much.
Please go to my website sebgawker.com and make a tax-deductible donation today as much as you can.
Because they deserve it.
It's the banner at the top that says Restore Our Warriors.
Please go to sebgorkasebgorka.com and click on the banner that says Restore Our Warriors.
Thank you.
Let's give back now.
All right, so last night I was on an errand after the show.
My wife had texted me during America First saying, hey, do you have any bags of Relief Factor in the studio?
And I said, I might.
Why?
Well, because a good friend of ours, I pitched it to her and she needs some and she's got some pain.
Will you deliver it?
And I did.
So on the way home, I stopped at my publisher's home and I delivered a bag of Relief Factor because You know, this is service with a smile.
We're well delivery refactored to your door.
And I busted into my publisher's home, and he had a guest there.
And it was perfect timing.
This individual has been on the show before.
Senior editor with one of our favorite websites out there.
It is The Federalist, and he is John Daniel Davidson.
John, welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me.
So you're in a swap because you've got a new movie.
It's about the border.
What's it called?
Cartel Country.
This is the untold story of America's war on the border.
And you've been covering this story for a long time.
Let's start with the basics.
Has it ever been this bad as it is today?
No, and we keep setting records month after month, year after year.
The last two years have been record-setting years for illegal immigration.
2021 broke the record, and this year just broke last year's record.
So no, we've never seen it this bad before.
And we seem to treat this issue as a political issue and we seem to just talk about the numbers and the deaths and then the question of where they're being shipped, whether it's, you know, secret flights to Westchester County in the middle of the night or whether it's, you know, during the day to Martha's Vineyard.
But the key thing that I think you're arguing for is you cannot deal with this story.
You cannot cover this story until you understand it's an industry And it's being driven by the cartels, correct?
That's right.
Right, so talk about how much this is an actual industry that we're witnessing.
Well, you just have to do some back-of-the-envelope calculations.
Nobody crosses the border anymore without paying the cartels.
Depending on where you start from in the world, it's between $2,000 to $20,000 if you're coming from the Middle East or China.
You're going to pay more.
If you're coming from Central America, you're going to pay less.
Most of them are coming from South America and Central America.
And we're apprehending north of 200,000 people a month.
That's been true for the last six or seven months.
If you just do the math, that's an enormous amount of money that's changing hands.
And it supports an industry, a massive black market.
in human trafficking and migrant smuggling.
And this supports logistics, transportation, stash houses on both sides of the border, transportation on both sides of the border, deep into the interior of the country, databases to keep track of who's paid and who hasn't.
A lot of the migrants that are coming in are actually in debt bondage to these cartels and smuggling.
Explain that.
Because they don't have the 20 grand up front.
So they make a deposit, and then what happens?
Exactly.
And they have a number, and they have a wristband, and the wristband and the number on the wristband connects to a database that the cartels have.
And when they go across the Rio Grande, they get apprehended by Border Patrol, they get released two or three days later, and they're on to the next destination.
But the cartel knows how much they owe, and they have the cell phone numbers and home addresses of that person's family back in the sending country.
And that person has a very burning need to start making money right away.
To pay the cartel.
To pay the cartels.
It doesn't matter that they're in the United States now.
It doesn't matter that they're asylum seekers.
What they need to do is to get into the country and start making money.
And I've talked to many migrants who are on the Mexican side of the border, who are in this situation, and who very much want to get across the border without breaking the law.
They just have it in their minds.
They don't want to go between a port of entry.
But they need to start making money, and a lot of them are on kind of a time pressure.
They say, I'm going to wait another week, and if I can't get across legally, I'm just going to pay a smuggler to take me across the river because I have to start making money.
I have to start paying off this debt.
And a debt...
Which the cartel can kind of change its mind on and say, sorry, now you owe us twice that.
Absolutely.
And we've got your location of your family back in Nicaragua, Mexico, Haiti, wherever it is.
That's right.
So basically, they're slaves.
Exactly.
All right.
We have to discuss the other side of this.
We have to talk about the politics of it.
The movie is available now on YouTube.
They're going to have a special showing here in DC.
That's why John Daniel is here.
But you can watch it.
Cartel Country.
The Untold Black Market on the Border.
He's Senior Editor with the FEDRIST.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Don't forget we are on all social media except the fascistic YouTube.
So follow us, True Social, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Rumble, and of course, the podcast as well on Spotify.
I got my account frozen out in March for saying that Rachel Levin is a man.
- Hmm.
And I won't delete the tweet, so I'm off.
Are you anywhere else?
Are you on Truth Social?
No, I just kind of checked out of social media.
I let the Federalists handle that.
So you said that a man is a man and you got suspended?
I wrote a column when Twitter locked out the Babylon Bee for joking around that Rachel Levin was their man of the year.
And then they froze Charlie Kirk's account.
They froze a number of people's accounts.
So I wrote a column about that and then I tweeted that column out.
And that's what got me suspended.
And they want me to admit to... By the way, to delete it.
Yeah.
And by deleting it, I admit that I engaged in hateful conduct.
Well, I'm not going to do that.
Good for you.
So it's actually a relief.
I get more work done without being on Twitter.
We had an interview with a colleague of mine in California after the election.
And this is the statement that got us terminated at YouTube.
She said, and there are many Trump voters who have Problems with the result of the election.
We realized that was like, oh, that's going to make them have conniptions.
So we made it a private video, meaning nobody can see it except the administrator here and YouTube's back office.
It is not available to the public.
YouTube sent a team in to troll through our private videos and terminated the account when they found that one.
Wow.
Amazing.
Which is a statement of fact.
Many people had issues with the results of the election.
Yeah, my boss, Molly Hemingway, wrote a whole book about it.
Cataloging all of the issues that people had.
But I guess if you have a different opinion about the election... Not allowed!
You're going to get a knock on the door from the FBI.
Will you play it?
Play the audio cut?
Can you play this?
Hang on.
Can you play this with the b-roll of Del Rio?
Let me see if I have that.
You look for that.
Keep playing the audio.
Just ask Osniel, a slender 23-year-old Cuban migrant we met back at Senda De Vida.
He didn't give us his last name, but he did tell us he paid a coyote $11,000 to leave his home country, transit through Central America and Mexico, and cross the border into the United States to Twice.
Solo, just take a look.
Just solo for heading out.
Take a look.
I was beaten.
All right, can we use that without the bit at the end?
Just kill it when it goes to him, alright?
Yeah, I found that footage, by the way.
Alright, so I'm gonna T it up, play it while you're playing the B-roll, okay?
Okay.
Yes.
But I'll T it up.
Do you know where to stop it, Alex?
No, I'm checking right now.
Twice.
20 seconds.
Alright.
Not coming in with anything?
Uh, no.
And make sure we send this sound check of Patriot Mobile to whoever needs it, okay?
I'm doing it now.
Jeff, you got that?
I'll find out.
Okay.
Making sense out of today's news.
Here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
If you want to see what the left's plan for your children and your grandchildren is, just look at their reaction to the slate of candidates supported by Patriot Mobile in the recent Texas school board elections.
Candidates who won.
Conservatives who won.
And the left lost their mind.
That's why Patriot Mobile is one of the good guys.
The only Christian conservative cell phone company in America that believes in the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the sanctity of life.
Well, they're just patriots.
They're good guys, and they've proven themselves again and again and again, unlike the others who have donated millions of dollars to causes like Planned Parenthood.
Do not fund those who hate America with every call you make and text you send.
Switch today to the only Christian conservative cell phone company in America.
It's the one I use.
They have the same nationwide coverage, special discounts for veterans and first responders, and of course, you can keep your old number.
Use my name to get free activation.
Call today 972-PATRIOT or go to patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
Don't fund the bad guys.
Join the team that loves America as much as you do.
972-PATRIOT, patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
We are back with John Daniel Davidson, senior editor at The Federalist, federalist.com.
New movie is out.
You can watch it on YouTube, Cartel Country.
And here, as he explained to us, he actually spoke to the people who are being smuggled by the coyotes, and here's one of them.
Just ask Osniel, a slender 23-year-old Cuban migrant we met back at Santa Davida.
He didn't give us his last name, but he did tell us he paid a coyote $11,000 to leave his home country, transit through Central America and Mexico, and cross the border into the United States twice.
So I have to ask you, John, The level of suffering, you've spoken to these people, you've filmed them, you've interviewed them.
Irrespective of political labels, if you said, I'm tolerant, I care, I'm empathetic, You would want this to stop, wouldn't you?
Absolutely.
These people have horrible stories.
You don't have to try very hard to go down to the border and talk to people and hear the hardships and the suffering and the tragedies that these people have gone through.
If our corporate media weren't so lazy, they'd send more people down to actually get the real story.
I don't think they're interested in the real story.
But yes, if you were a compassionate person, you would want to put an end to this.
And your reaction, not as a journalist, not as an editor, but just as an American.
I have to ask you because this is your beat.
This is what you've made a movie about.
That's why you're in DC.
Your reaction to...
That sign at Martha's Vineyard that says we welcome everybody including immigrants and then Massachusetts is calling in the National Guard to deport those 48 illegals in less than 48 hours and then put them in a military camp.
Well doesn't that just illuminate this issue a little bit?
It would be hard to think of a better example of liberal hypocrisy when it comes to illegal immigration and what happened at Martha's Vineyard.
To the extent that that was what DeSantis was trying to orchestrate, it was a genius move because it put on display for the whole country this kind of nimbyism on the left.
Not in my backyard.
Exactly.
They're happy to have towns like Del Rio, a town of 35,000 people, house an encampment of 15,000 people under a bridge, but God forbid a couple dozen migrants show up in Martha's Vineyard.
They don't want to look at the problem or understand it or deal with it.
They want to feel good about themselves by telling themselves they're tolerant and that they're welcoming and let the rest of the country deal with it.
And it's not just a stunt.
Would you agree that this isn't just a problem for Texas or Arizona?
Having open borders is a problem for all states and all Americans, isn't it?
Absolutely.
Cartel country doesn't stop at the Rio Grande.
It's in the United States.
And there are people, especially in South Texas, who have been told by the Border Patrol, who have family ranches, and that have been in their family for generations, who've been told by the Border Patrol, their houses keep getting ransacked, their property keeps getting damaged, and the Border Patrol has told these people, you need to move, because we can't protect you.
Wow.
That's in America.
All right, the movie is available.
It's free.
It's on YouTube.
It's called Cartel Country, The Untold Black Market on the Border.
He is senior editor with The Federalist.
You can't follow him on Twitter.
Why can't we follow you on Twitter, John Daniel?
My account has been locked since March because I called Rachel Levin a man.
You called the guy who is a guy a man.
That's right.
And then they demanded what of you?
They said that I had engaged in hateful conduct and that I had to delete the tweet.
And by deleting the tweet, I acknowledge that I engaged in hateful conduct.
And I'm not going to do that.
I wonder if Rachel or Richard or Jim Levine or whatever his real name is, if he'd said, I'm Napoleon.
And if we'd said, No, you're not, Napoleon, whether that would have got him suspended as well.
It is a mental illness.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Your call's next.
833-33-Gawker.
That's 833-334-6752.
Coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios.
Relief Factor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating.
Half a million Americans right now.
Me included.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Leah from Ohio.
This is Leah's story.
One Sunday morning I sat on my couch in so much pain I was in tears.
That's the day I ordered Relief Factor.
Following directions, in 8 days I found relief, only to get better and better.
I am a believer 100%.
That should be you.
That could be you.

But it's super easy.
Go to relieffactor.com, order the 3-day quick starter pack for the paltry sum of $19.95.
It'll be at your door In three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Leah, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
So you heard I had to fly all the way to Bluehead, Seattle.
It's so weird.
Why blue?
I don't get it.
Just to film a couple of commercials for Relief Factor on Friday.
And they had a dresser for me.
They had a guy who did my wardrobe for the commercials.
Very freaky!
I've never had that before.
And I had to give them all my sizes to buy me the costume or the clothing for the commercials.
And I had to give them sizes that I haven't worn since I was in my 20s.
I'm now size 36 or 38 waist.
I'm six foot three.
That's amazing!
Why?
Because of Dr. Ashley Lucas and the amazing team at MyPhD.
Weight loss.
40 pounds I've lost.
Look at the sizes I've gone down in.
Thank you.
It feels amazing.
That should be you.
That could be you.

That's 864-644-1900 or myphdweightloss.com.
You will not regret it.
Okay, I'm gonna go to your calls, but first, gotta hear from this woman who they say is a fascist.
Why?
Well, because she believes in her country.
She believes in God and she believes in the family.
She is quoting a Catholic author, G.K.
Chesterton, On why we're winning.
Cut eleven, Giorgio Meloni!
Do not fear the truth, my friends.
As a great conservative author like Gilbert Chesterton wrote, fires will be kindled to testify that two and two makes four.
Swords will be drawn to prove that leaves are green in summer.
The time of that battle has come.
But they will find us ready for the battle.
That's the kind of language that makes the left go insane.
GK Chesterton.
Oh my gosh.
What prescience.
Prophetic words.
Fires will be kindled.
Just to prove that two plus two equals four.
Swords will be drawn to demonstrate that yes, leaves are green in the summer.
As opposed to the insane people who say a woman can be a man and a man can be a woman.
That's why they hate the incoming Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgio We're going to connect with Rome in the second hour to get an update on who this person is.
But let's go to your calls.
833-333-Gawker.
It's 833-334-6752.
It's not Thursday, but it is Antoinette.
Line one.
Welcome, Antoinette.
Hey, Dr. G.
That woman was magnificent.
Wasn't that superb?
Oh, my God.
I am for the voiceless.
As she said, we are not numbers.
We are women.
We are men.
We are family.
We believe in God and our country.
As we are fighting for these babies, for our California, and we're not going to give up.
So, after yesterday, what you were discussing about that mark and what the FBI did, it broke our hearts.
So last night, at this point, Tomorrow, Wednesday night, 7pm to 10pm, there's a group of us.
We're going to go to the FBI building in Orange, in the city of Orange.
It's at 4000 West Metropolitan Drive.
We're going to go in silence, with our pro-life signs, with flashlights.
We're not going to block the traffic.
We're not going to say a word.
We're just going to protest in front of the FBI.
With the flashlights and our pro-life signs and we're not going to block anything and we're going to do it in silence tomorrow night for these babies and let that damn FBI know we are not going to take this sitting down.
We are going to fight.
So you're the first to know.
I am.
I am so impressed.
I am so encouraged.
Everyone, everyone, if you're within two hours of Orange, will you join this brave lady Antoinette, who has done so much For the unborn.
She's going to go to the FBI in protest, peacefully, of what they did to Mark Hauk when they raided his house, when they pointed loaded rifles at his wife as his children were screaming.
It is 4000 West Metropolitan Drive.
It's the FBI building in Orange.
Did I get that right?
Yes, Dr. G. And there's no signage on the building.
So we're right across the street.
It's going to be right across the street from the Orange Outlet Mall.
So there's plenty of parking, but we're not going to talk.
So they can't get after us, making noise or whatever.
Good.
All right.
So 7 to 10 in Orange, the Orange Outlet Mall, 4000 West Metropolitan Drive, opposite the unmarked FBI field office, correct?
Yes.
And no talking, just our flashlights and our pro-life signs.
And I'm going to call Tomorrow, Jen and Grant will let them know, but that's what we're going to do here in Southern California.
Antoinette, we will keep you in our prayers, and I want lots of photographs, and I need you to call as usual on Thursday, okay?
Yes, sir.
We will.
Surrender!
God bless.
Come on, guys.
If Antoinette can do it, everyone should do it.
Let's go to Rick in Los Angeles, line 4.
Welcome, Rick.
Oh, hey.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
You know, my response to someone when a man says to me, you know, I'm not a man, even though biologically we can see that he goes, I consider myself a woman.
OK, here's my argument.
I'm going to consider myself a dog.
I'm going to get down on all fours.
I'm going to bark.
I'm going to wag an imaginary tail.
I'm going to pant.
I'm going to scratch for fleas.
I'm going to eat from a bowl on the floor and I'm going to roll over.
I ask you, am I A dog.
And if you say yes, you are more mentally screwed up than me because you should have at least somewhat half a brain to realize I'm not a dog.
But Rick, Rick, you're not on social media.
You're not on TikTok.
There's a whole slew.
There's tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of people who actually believe that.
They believe that they're cats, they're dogs.
That's actually a thing, Rick.
Well, I guess they want to turn the world upside down, and sometimes, as much as you would wish to change reality, you can't do it.
Reality is reality.
Yeah, but they want to deny the truth.
That's exactly what they're doing.
Thank you, Rick.
Let's go to Scott in Arizona.
Welcome, Scott.
Hey, Dr. Gorka.
Hey.
As a political science academic, I wonder if you might comment on the direction of openness in the U.S. military and compare it against the thing of the political officers, alongside military officers in the Soviet alongside military officers in the Soviet Army and the Chinese Communist armies.
I'm happy to.
We've done it a lot.
We can dedicate a whole hour to it, but we've discussed it a lot because I did spend seven years working with the US military here in the United States, but wokeness has taken over above the rank of O5 and even sometimes below that, but I'm happy to talk about it.
Thank you, Scott.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

I don't understand that last call.
I'll see you next time.
Like, would you talk about wokeness in the military?
Like, how many times have I done that?
Someone doesn't listen too often, I guess, over the last few episodes.
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
Okay.
Oh, and yeah, Seb, Garrett did send an updated version of the AF bug, so here's the one currently, and here is how it looks now.
So there's a hurricane coming this weekend, especially to Florida.
I had to change my travel plans just in case because that's how sagacious my wife is.
But the president shouldn't talk to the governor concerned for political reasons.
That's what we have to infer from the latest cut from Karine Jean-Pierre, perhaps the most useless White House press secretary since the Republic was founded.
Cut three.
Play cut.
If people are wondering, is there anything that could stand in the way of the response if a president and a governor might not speak?
He didn't speak to the governor of Mississippi during the water crisis with Jackson, thus far has not spoken to Governor DeSantis.
And that's a perfect example, Kelly, when you mentioned the governor of Mississippi.
You're right, they didn't speak, and we still were able to deliver for the folks in Jackson and for the folks of Mississippi.
That's your answer?
We didn't speak, but we could still deliver.
I wonder how the citizens of those states feel when you think it's not important to actually coordinate with the governors.
But it's more spin.
It's in fact more lies.
Continuing with Corine Jean-Pierre, we have perhaps the most bold-faced lie of recent days and weeks when she's challenged about whether or not Democrat-run cities are safe.
Cut four.
Play cut.
Does President Biden think America's big cities are safe?
It is not a yes or no question.
It is very much a question of what has he done, that's how we see the question, is what has he done to make sure that Cities, and it doesn't matter if it's a big city or a small city.
It doesn't matter if it's in a red state or a blue state.
What matters is that we have the funding and we have done the work, put the policy forward to make sure that these cities, whether it's big or small, have what they need to protect their community.
And that's what this president has done, again, without the help of Republicans.
Hey Jeff, where was that wah-wah that was raided by a hundred people at the weekend?
Where was that?
That was in Philadelphia.
You think they're impressed in Philly with what Biden has done for them?
I don't think so at all.
And I'm sorry, I know I'm only a PhD in political science, I'm not a neurosurgeon like Ben Carson or something, but isn't our democrat city safe?
Isn't that a yes or no question?
She says it isn't, but isn't it?
If there is ever a Republican city that's not safe, it would be a pretty easy yes or no question for him.
It would indeed be a very easy yes or no question.
Man, she's as dumb as a stump.
As my friend Chris Plant says, as dumb as a box of rocks.

When you look at these pictures, you get a sense of what black life was like.
Some of them look pretty prosperous.
Divine Providence was clearly operating in the lives of black Americans.
Throughout history, black folks were honorable.
They had integrity.
That's what black people were.
We were never taught that America was bad and that we were not Americans.
We were raised to love America.
Protesters topple a statue of Christopher Columbus and hundreds of statues have been vandalized.
You see people trying to rewrite history.
The American people know these names have to go.
Why is that?
Whenever you have something to be proud of, People have less of a chance of controlling you.
This country is racist from top to bottom, from right to left.
And for black people to become a part of that is for them to become, in fact, anti-black and to hate themselves.
There is no country in this world that a black person would rather be.
Unless, of course, they grow up in this country.
You broke the contract!
We've been playing this game for 400 years!
Then there's been a lie that is so deceptive The reason that that lie exists is power.
There are certain people who are using the Negro in order to establish that power in Washington.
And the Negro is just merely a pawn in a game that's bigger than he is.
I support you!
Thank you.
Konrad!
Yes, sir?
How we doing?
I think we're doing fine.
Good.
How do you think we're doing?
Do you have an opinion on Maloney?
Can we discuss Maloney and the treatment that she's received so far?
Sure.
Good.
And then the new opposition leader in Canada seems to be working out quite nicely.
Yeah, it's all part of a trend, I think.
I think we've turned the corner in a run-up to the midterms, too, and my impression is The Biden revival is collapsing again and the Republicans are doing well.
Hold on.
Eric, can we use with Lord Black yesterday's Sarkey cut where she said... The referendum, yeah.
Yeah, it's a referendum on Biden.
Oh yeah, I have it.
Good.
All right, I'll use that as well, but I'll tee it up.
Excellent.
All right, 50 seconds and we are live, Conrad.
The first part of that hockey is big too, because that's why they're doing all this extreme stuff.
That's how they think they can win.
Oh, it's the party of January 6th.
We'll beat them.
And you want to use that other Maloney cut, probably in the second segment?
Everywhere they turn, they see fascists, individuals being freely elected by the citizens of their states.
Now it is the prime minister, the incoming prime minister of Italy, which is strange because somebody asked the man that she was running against, Giorgio Maloney was running against, and Matteo Renzi on CNN, no less, had a slightly different approach to the question.
Cut five.
Play cut.
That is not a danger for Italian democracy.
She is my rival.
I'm rival.
We will continue to fight each other.
But the ideas are now there is a risk of fascism in Italy is absolutely a fake news.
The idea that Italy is in danger of fascism is absolutely fake news, quote-unquote, from Matteo Renzi, the left-wing politician who was defeated by Giorgia Maloney.
Let's extrapolate further why there seems to be international TDS or derangement syndrome with any conservative.
With our regular, one of our favorites here on America First, Lord Conrad Black, host, co-host of the podcast, Scholars in Sense and presidential historian amongst many, many other things.
Lord Black, welcome back.
Thanks very much, Sebastian.
Always a pleasure.
So he was saying in the break it seems as if we've had an intermezzo, a little hiatus in conservative successes, especially with what happened in 2020 with the elections here in America.
But it looks as if, given Sweden, given Italy, that the good guys are winning again.
Is it too early to say that?
I don't think so.
I don't think so.
The 2020 election obviously is a special case.
I mean, despite the frenzy, then it must be said somewhat successful efforts of a of a unanimous national political media to maintain the pretense.
There's no possible question about that election.
It is clear as we get close to the midterms that approximately half the people suspect that it was a cooked result, at least in part.
And so we'll never know.
You can't change presidents now.
But that was just a very unusual election in a pandemic with a lot of new and easily abused rules of voting and vote counting.
So it doesn't really stand there as a turning point in ideological or policy terms.
But the rest of the trend, I think, is fairly clear.
A movement to the right within the Conservative Party of the United Kingdom, gains for the right in the recent French elections, and the incumbent re-elected government of President Macron moving somewhat to the right within the spectrum to accommodate that.
The election in Italy, the election of a distinctly more Conservative leader of the opposition in Canada.
And as far as we can tell, you don't want to be premature, but the polls on balance coming up to the midterms do show a trend somewhat towards the Republicans.
So I think there's a trend there.
And I think it's obviously these countries all have somewhat different political facts to deal with.
But on the other hand, we're all the ones mentioned are advanced, prosperous Western democracies.
So there it seems to me responding more or less in the same way to the same factors.
Well, let's look at the state of the current incumbent power in the United States.
Shockingly, I don't know yet how her former colleagues in the White House have reacted to this.
The former White House press secretary, Jen Psaki, who's now a left-wing media talking head, had this shocking statement to make with regards to the impending midterm elections.
Look, I think that Democrats, if the election is about who is the most extreme, as we saw Kevin McCarthy touch on there with Marjorie Taylor Greene, I'll say her name, sitting over his left side, then they're going to win.
If it is a referendum on the president, they will lose, and they know that.
Are you surprised that a woman who very recently was standing at the podium in the White House has just said on MSNBC that if these elections are a referendum about my former boss, the Democrats are, quote, going to lose, Lord Black?
Yes and no.
I mean, of course, I hadn't really seen her since she was the White House press secretary, so it's a surprise to hear her doing anything other than an elaborate, and it must be said, skillful job of putting the ever more difficult case on behalf of that administration.
But on the other hand, you know, the free market operates, and she works for NBC now and not for President Biden, and she is serving her present employer by telling the facts.
And that's presumably what she's more or less paid to do.
And so actually, she rose in my estimation that she could wrench herself loose from the from the spurious myth she was propagating in overachieving and her task is trying to present the All right, let's focus at the recent events in Europe.
This was Giorgio Maloney, the incoming Prime Minister, speaking earlier this year at CPAC, and I think we've ascertained why it is they hate her so much.
This is cut 12, the successful political candidate, the conservative Giorgio Maloney.
People understand that in this age, the only way of being rebels is to preserve what we are.
The only way of being rebels is to be conservatives.
It's the same all over the world.
So-called progressives use the power and the arrogance of their mainstream media to force their political opponents to change, to be allowed into their inner circles.
Except that, once right-wing men and women are admitted into progressive inner circles, they will have changed so much that conservative people will no longer recognize them and will stop supporting them.
And that's exactly what they want.
A right-wing on a leash.
That's what they want, a right-wing on a leash.
When you look at the censorship of the Hunter Biden story, the raid of Mar-a-Lago, on and on et al, perhaps these are the reasons that she has been so lambasted by the left-wing media because of statements like that one, Lord Black.
Yeah, I think that is very likely right.
And actually, I thought what she said was a skillful and apt analysis.
And, I mean, this attempt to describe her as fascist is just the reflex that we have in almost all of these countries.
I mean, in fairness, the British and Canadians being relatively more moderate don't bandy that word around so much.
And you Americans are overachievers.
Well, but from fascist to Nazi, which is, of course, even more odious because it connotes genocide.
But this is the shorthand we're in.
Anyone who is not supposedly progressive, although we now see from the floundering of the Biden administration that progressive policies lead to economic regression and recession, anyone who is not on the progressive bandwagon, it won't do to call them a conservative.
That's not defamatory enough.
You have to call them a fascist.
No one nowadays really knows what a fascist was, except that it's a an authoritarian street bully or something of that sort.
And the annoying thing about this is not just that it is, in almost every case, an outrageous misrepresentation of everything that's being described.
It is a trivialization of the evils of fascism that our parents and forebears had to fight and defeat at immense cost in blood and treasure.
And, you know, when Nancy Pelosi referred to the enclosures in which the abandoned children of illegal migrants were very comfortably housed or lodged and well-fed as reminiscent of Auschwitz, Or Ken Burns, the filmmaker, said sending volunteers of illegal migrants, 50 of them, to Martha's Vineyard was like sending people to Auschwitz.
It was not only a monstrous defamation of the people whom they thought they were denouncing, it was an evil trivialization of the extent of the satanic danger of Nazism itself, when within the living memory still of many millions of people, our societies had to fight and defeat it.
Yeah, and add to that the fact that comparing Martha's Vineyard to a death camp, when in fact within 48 hours, the Democrat forces, powers that be in Massachusetts had those 48 illegal aliens deported off the island by the powers that be in Massachusetts had those 48 illegal aliens deported off the island by the National Guard and then sent to We're talking to the co-host of Scholars and Sense along with Victor Davis Hanson and Bill Bennett.

Eric, what was the clip we didn't what was the clip we didn't play yesterday?
Was it Nancy talking about fascists and Nazis?
What was that?
Let me see.
I think it was Pelosi.
Oh no, we played the Pelosi repeal the 19th one.
Yeah, who was it?
Was it Hillary?
Oh, it's Hillary.
Can you play it for me and Conrad?
Let me see which one.
I think it's this one.
Try this one, guy.
I remember as a young student trying to figure out, how did people get basically drawn in by Hitler?
How did that happen?
And I'd watch newsreels and I'd see this guy standing up there ranting and raving and people shouting and raising their arms.
I thought, what's happened to these people?
Why did they believe that?
You saw the rally in Ohio the other night.
Trump is there ranting and raving for more than an hour and you have these rows of young men with their arms raised.
Wow.
So raising an arm means... Like a Hitler salute at a Trump rally.
Did you hear that Conrad?
I did, and I saw it on television.
It's really, I think, the lowest Hillary has ever gone to.
Those people in Ohio were raising their arms straight up with an outstretched index finger like sports fans do, and they say, we're number one.
It was a we're number one statement.
Not a Nazi salute.
I mean, that is just absolutely unbelievably outrageous, I think.
And the fact that she's wearing a black leather trench coat is not a good look when you're calling somebody else a Nazi.
Look, I don't want to be ungracious, but as Ann Coulter said of Hillary, whatever she's wearing, she's wallowing in it.
Yeah, that is true.
All right, let's continue the discussion.
I've got a clip from Matt Gaetz, a short one, we'll play.
What else, what else, what else?
We played both Maloney's.
Oh, we didn't play the montage.
Come in with the cut one.
The Maloney montage.
The Maloney montage.
We'll come in with that.
And you'll tee up Gates.
And I'll tee up Gates.
Alrighty.
That's a minute and five seconds long, the montage.
You saw the piece that Matt Gates has been, the leaks are that he will not be charged.
Yes.
Yes.
It's another smear job exposed.
Yep.
Yep.
Again, unnamed sources after a year and a half of calumny.
Sebastian, you'll enjoy my Epoch Times piece this week when I take up Andy McCarthy's admission that this whole, his inadvertent admission, that this whole nonsense Mar-a-Lago is a straight political job.
I'm so disappointed in Andy.
So disappointed.
Yeah, on this he's hopeless.
Yeah.
But he's done us a favor.
He said it basically, without knowing it, he said this is all politics.
When will that be available?
Anytime now.
It should be out today sometime.
Good, good, good, good.
And don't forget, if you can, I'd love to be connected with whoever you work with there, just via email.
Sure.
Forty-five.
Alright, standby.
Montage.
No liner.
All right, so come in with cut one.
All right, so come in with so come in with cut one.
All right, so come in with cut so come in with cut one.
The woman expected to become prime minister leads a party with roots in neo-fascism.
And she's poised to become Italy's first woman prime minister and its first far-right leader since Benito Mussolini himself.
It would be unprecedented in modern times for a Western European country and close ally of the United States to have a leader that right-wing from a party with Fascist roots no less what happened in Italy yesterday you have in Sweden Italy two countries that have that were founded on fascism Now they're gonna be running those countries
The victory of a party that has its roots in Italian fascism, plain and simple, the Brothers of Italy, it's called, Giorgio Meloni's party, is concerning to everybody.
It accompanies, as you said, this move in Europe.
Who could think that in Sweden, a party with right-wing, neo-fascist roots would now be dominant in Parliament?
Just a selection of the mainstream media's commentary on Maloney's victory in Italy, with that statement there from that intellectual giant, Joe Scarborough, saying Sweden and Italy, nations that were founded on fascism.
I think that would be news to Gary Baldy.
We are back with Lord Conrad Black.
Please follow him, ConradMBlack.com and ConradMBlack on Twitter.
Lord Black, you made a very interesting statement in the first segment that For some reason in the British political scene, in the mainstream media there and in Canada, they haven't resorted as yet to the slur of calling somebody a Nazi.
Why is it, as a historian of American politics, why have we sunken so low here that in the last six years that has become the epithet of choice for anyone who is a conservative?
This is something that I think would require to answer it with authority a great deal of sophisticated sociological analysis.
But shooting from the hip, I think at least part of the answer is that the arrival of Trump and the Trump phenomenon, the exposure of the vulnerability of the political establishment, the sort of Bush, McCain, Obama, Romney group think that In post-Reagan, in the post-Reagan era, it controlled everything in Washington and everything politically in the country.
The fact that it was overturned and almost completely crushed in one blow in 2016 and is still fighting for its life, not all that successfully on the current appearances, is so shocked the political establishment in the U.S., including the national political media, that it made it
An irresistible temptation for a great many completely simple-minded people who are happy to peddle sheer fiction anyway, no matter how malicious and unfounded it is, such as Joe Scarborough, who couldn't find Sweden or Italy on a map, but having been on this program,
it's easy for them, and they're resistless against the temptation of going to a sort of default page that is shocking.
So instead of saying these people are too conservative or they're somewhat reactionary or they're old-fashioned or their ideas have been tried and didn't work, anything like that, we will just do it quicker and more decisively by calling them fascists because most people we will just do it quicker and more decisively by calling them fascists because most people only have a dim There hasn't been a real live fascist for a long time.
By the way, while I'm at it, Benito Mussolini was a socialist.
He had been a socialist.
He set up a fascist party that was really just a bully boy version of a socialist party.
That was the March on Rome.
And he has absolutely nothing to do, nothing.
to do with the movement that has won the election with the Brothers of Italy.
I mean, they don't espouse fascism at all.
As she said, she espouses God, family, and country.
Well, Mussolini was an ostentatious atheist.
He used to go all around Italy for 20 years making speeches in which he would say, pointing up at the sky like the people Hillary Clinton took fright of in Ohio a couple of weeks ago, pointing up at the sky saying, I say God doesn't pointing up at the sky like the people Hillary Clinton took Strike me down if you're there.
You know, I mean, this is kind of utterly nonsensical.
Vocal atheism is one of Mussolini's oratorical ploys.
So, I mean, where they think that Giorgio Moloni, who's not a rabid Roman Catholic, but is a respecter of Christianity, and a believer in God in general, a divine intelligence at least, where that connects to Mussolini, the answer to that is nowhere.
It doesn't.
There's no connection to him.
More antithetical to Mussolini than your average, uninformed, mouthy leftist in the United States today like Joe Scarborough.
He's more of a Mussolini follower than she is.
He was absolutely a socialist who simply stole the fascist, the symbol of the Roman Empire as his symbol for his party.
Let's return to the calumny, the smear campaign.
One of the front and center victims after President Trump is, of course, Congressman Matt Gaetz.
Why?
Because he's a very effective speaker against the radical left.
This is his plan for what happens after the midterm elections that are occurring imminently.
Cut eight.
If we don't engage in impeachment inquiries to get the documents and the testimony and the information we need, then I believe that our voters will feel betrayed and that likely that could be the biggest win the Democrats could hope for in 2024 when it really matters to investigate them and to hold them accountable.
And we can do that without the Senate and without the White House.
And that's why it should be investigations first.
That's what Matt Gaetz actually announced on our show about six months ago that every committee should be an investigatory committee.
Your reaction as somebody who's suffered at the hands of the capricious judicial system that this week anonymous sources said that Matt Gaetz, after a year and a half, will not be charged with sex trafficking and with statutory rape, Lord Black.
Well, it merely shows that they have absolutely not a shred of a case and never did, because American prosecutors are notoriously confident they can convict anybody of anything.
Because of the plea bargain rule, they just target people that could furnish evidence, if they had any, and tell them that if they don't furnish the evidence, They are participating in a conspiracy to obstruct justice and will be charged.
But if they do furnish the evidence, just to reassure them, they will be given an absolute immunity from the charge of perjury.
So that's how the United States has federally.
98% conviction rate compared to, say, 61% in Canada or 50% in Britain, not because our prosecutors are poor and we have a lower crime rate in both Britain and Canada, but because the system actually allows the defense to win if they deserve to win.
And so if they couldn't even rummage up a charge against a political enemy like Matt Gaetz, Uh, with the system they've got, then it shows how spurious the whole proceeding was.
Where I would take issue with the Congressman slightly is, I mean, I'm all for it.
I assume the Republicans will win the House of Representatives and will turn the tables.
We have ten seconds left.
Yeah, it is just this, that the Democrats have control of the Department of Justice and they actually...
They execute the subpoenas, and they'll still have control, and they won't execute the Republican subpoenas.
No, but of course, the powers of the purse remain in the House, and if they are used effectively, they can be very, very powerful.
We've been talking to Lord Black.
Follow him, Conrad M. Black, ConradMBlack.com.
And of course, the most recent book, Donald J. Trump, a president like no other.
We'll be back with your calls here on America First.
Mic's on.
Nicely done.
We got in under the wire.
Yeah.
Okay.
Perfect, yes, I think we hit a lot of topics there, excellent.
Yeah.
Look, I think I think the Republicans are looking good in the Senate now, don't you?
I do.
I think we may we may get a majority to seat majority.
I don't think I think better men is losing ground.
You know, it looks like a.
Walker and Laxalt are the strongest candidates.
I think Johnson is fine now.
Bud should be alright in North Carolina.
North Carolina, Ohio are Republican states, but I don't give up yet on beating Patty Murray and I don't give up on beating Kelly in Arizona either.
No, I agree.
I agree.
The only way is up.
No, I only said the progressive midget.
Okay.
Thank you, Conrad.
God bless you.
Oh, and the article should be imminently, you said, in Epoch.
Yeah, I'll tell you what.
Jeff will send me the best email address for you.
I'll see to it you're added to the list so you get this stuff as soon as we send it in.
Can I text it to you right now?
Yeah, sure.
I'll text it to you right now.
Stand by.
Okay.
Bye.
Bye.
Two and a half minutes.
Title for that one?
The Truth About Georgia Maloney.
Oh, no, The Truth About Georgia Maloney, about Mussolini and Georgia Maloney.
There you go.
Very good.
People forget he was, he was, he was, died in the war socialist.
And you know it probably kills them that they technically can't call it Neo-Nazi because, of course, Italy wasn't the Nazi party.
Yeah.
They wish they could just say Nazi and get it over with.
Oh, but they're doing that!
They're calling it Neo-Nazi.
They're doing that as well.
Because, correct me if I'm wrong, there was no, like, racial element in Mussolini's Italy, right?
No.
No, it was just Hitler.
Yeah.
No.
All right, so I have to do the, um, because I didn't do it in the B block.
Can you come in here with the first Mighty Oaks?
And Jeff, we need more Mighty Oaks videos or just, um, like veterans videos.
All right, I'll look for something.
Okay.
Coming in with the first Mighty Oaks cut.
90 seconds.
No liner, Alex?
No.
Alrighty.
Thank you.
One minute.
Thank you.
Coming in with Muddy Oaks.
I might use the Brennan cut here.
Brennan.
That's... yeah.
Have you got Williams' Skype details, Geoff?
Yes.
Okay.
35. 35. 35. 35.
Thank you.
I tried.
I wanted to drive my car off a cliff.
That's a veteran who served our nation honorably in uniform.
22 a day are doing that.
22 a day are taking their lives.
Under COVID it was 30.
I want that number to be as close to zero as we can humanly make it.
One of the ways we do that is we provide support for these veterans.
When they're back home, when they're out of the war zone, we help them battle those psychological demons, that post-traumatic stress.
One organization is doing that by taking them to purpose-built ranches with their families for some tranquility and some faith-based support.
It's Mighty Oaks.
It's founded by Force Marine Recon Combat Veteran Chad Robichaud, a great supporter of the show.
He knows what it's like to be there, to contemplate taking your life as a combat veteran.
Will you support them?
They've given enough.
They've done enough for us.
Now it's time for you to give back.
For me to give back.
Each visit with their families costs $2,500.
The veteran, sometimes active service members, Active duty service members, they pay nothing, nothing.
The travel, everything is covered.
But we need to cover it for them.
Will you please make a donation as much as you can today to give back?
If you're a veteran, you know, you've been there, you know what it's like.
Let's help them.
Go to SebGorka.com right now and click on the banner at the top.
You can see me and Chad.
It says Restore Our Warriors.
And make a tax-deductible donation today.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorka.com and the banner that says Restore Our Warriors.
Let's support our warriors and let's get that number of veteran suicides down to zero or as close as we can.
All right, so he's back, the man who voted for the Communist Party in the presidential elections before he joined the CIA, John Brennan is back, and he's spouting off on the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Let's listen to what this former communist, is he former?
Maybe he's not so former, has to say.
Cut six.
Never did I think that a president would, in fact, take those documents out of the White House and leave them in an unsecured area.
And so I know that if this was the case with any CIA officer or NSA or State Department officer, there would have been very swift action taken to make sure that, first of all, these documents were going to be retrieved, but secondly, that the individual would be held accountable for what was clearly an intentional breach of security practices and procedures.
Swift action would be taken if they were working for the State Department, but not if they're Hillary Clinton, right?
If they're Secretary of State, no swift action would be taken.
And those documents were taken to an unsecure location.
Hey, um, Eric, remind me, who is Donald Trump?
What did he do for the last four years?
He was the Commander-in-Chief of the United States.
Which means, until the day he dies, what protection does he enjoy?
Absolute, like, top-secret security clearance.
Yeah, but who physically looks after him?
The Secret Service.
The Secret Service!
So Mar-a-Lago is not an unsecured facility if it's guarded by the Secret Service.
Am I right there, Eric?
Help me out.
I like to think the Secret Service do a great job at protecting their principal.
Okay.
Unlike putting thousands of classified documents in a furniture warehouse.
Who would do that?
Who would put thousands of classified documents in a furniture warehouse?
Barack Obama.
This is from PJ Media, Matt Margolis.
The Obama Foundation stored classified documents in an abandoned furniture warehouse, according to a 2018 letter from the Obama Foundation to the National Archives and Records Administration.
The Obama Foundation agreed to transfer up to $3,303,000 to the National Archives Trust Fund in order to support the move of classified presidential records to the facility.
Oh, and by the way, here's an interesting little tidbit.
The debate over the classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, supposedly classified documents, is unfolding at the same time that the Obama Foundation is storing classified documents in an unused retail space in the suburbs of Chicago.
And I guarantee you something, that furniture warehouse isn't being guarded by the Secret Service.
But weird!
The FBI didn't raid Obama's Martha's Vineyard mansion with its seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Did they raid the furniture warehouse?
It's all a lie.
It's all a con and that's why we're here to give you the truth.

Did you like that?
I thought that was pretty bloody smooth.
I did not see that coming.
Well done.
I did not see that coming until I was like within a nanosecond of that.
Spontaneity.
Spontaneity.
Love to hear it, folks.
Love to see it.
Hey, Jeff, I need somebody to talk about the HALT case.
Can you find out a journalist or somebody who's, you know, really written about it well?
Yeah.
Thanks.
I think, did LifeSciNews have the first story about it?
I was thinking just pro-life people in general who would want to talk about it.
Father Pavone, maybe?
Yes, yes, but I want somebody who's really up on the latest thing that he actually offered to surrender himself.
Oh, with Thomas now, right?
Yeah, he's this segment, yes.
Are we dialing?
Jeff's dialing now.
The person you are trying to reach is currently unavailable.
That's Skype 1 audio.
Second time we've actually heard that kind of answering prompt from Skype.
I did not know that was possible.
90 seconds.
It's saying we're connected, but video not available.
Is he there?
Is he up?
Alex?
Thomas, are you there?
There?
Let me just try them again.
Mm-hmm.
The person you are trying to reach is currently unavailable.
Oh.
Mm-hmm.
Please leave a message after the tone.
Looks like he's calling us.
Alright, it's gonna be Skype 2.
Alright, it's up.
35 seconds.
He's on real quick.
Thomas?
Yeah, Sebastian.
Hey!
How are you, my friend?
Hey, are you back home in America?
I am.
Yeah, my mom died.
I was at her... We had the funeral today.
Oh my gosh, you should have told me.
Okay, stand by.
Stand by.
No, this is big news.
Okay, okay.
On the side of the U.S. Constitutional Constitution, America first.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Welcome back.
It's an amazing movie.
It's even better than the first one.
Please check out Larry Elder's Uncle Tom 2, the sequel.
The amazing footage of how prosperous black America was before the Great Society, before the NAACP instigated their nefarious neo-Marxist plan.
You can watch it at SalemNow.com.
They really outdid themselves.
Congratulations, Larry.
That is Uncle Tom 2, the sequel at SalemNow.com.
He shouldn't be with us on this show, based upon what he just told me.
He's got far more important things to deal with, but he is a trooper.
If ever I want a little respite from this job... I'm not going anywhere.
Relax, guys.
Okay?
But if I wanted a little respite, I think I could slum it as Rome Bureau Chief for Breitbart.com.
And that's his title.
Amongst many other things, he's the author of The First Christmas, Professor Dr. Thomas D. Williams.
Welcome back to America First.
It's been too long.
It has, Dr. Gorka.
It is always a pleasure to be with you on your program.
All right, well, when I saw the insanity, I played a montage for Lord Conrad Black about 20 minutes ago, the mainstream media's response to the events in Italy.
Fascist this, neo-Nazi that, just sheer insanity.
So I said, hang on, I know somebody who actually works and lives in Rome, so I need the ground truth.
Let's start with who is Giorgia Maloney and what is her party?
Well, Giorgia Melonia, she defines herself very famously, made all the left's heads explode.
I am a woman.
I am a Christian.
I am a mother.
I am a patriot.
She considers herself simply to be an Italian wife, mother, Christian and politician with this party, the Brothers of Italy, Fratelli d'Italia.
It is definitely a conservative party, but From the way it's often described, as you were just saying, by left-wing media, you'd think that it was Mussolini reincarnated.
They constantly refer to him as a fascist, as ultra-right-wing, all these things.
But the name they give themselves in the coalition that swept the election was center-right party, which is what it is.
There's nothing far right about our positions.
Family first.
Nation first.
We believe in God-given man and woman, stop indoctrinating our children, just these basic, basic principles, but everyone believes that she is hugely problematic because she's not left-wing.
And what is the significance, given the status of things in Europe, the war in Ukraine, Brexit and so forth, that it's her party that won this election, Thomas?
What does that mean for Italy and for European politics writ large?
Well, funny you should mention that, because in the Politico article that they did on this, talking about how concerned the Biden White House is over this election, they were saying that they were wondering whether her commitment to Ukraine would be sturdy and stable.
But the fact of the matter is, she is, from the get-go, has been completely on the side of Ukraine, much more even than her compatriots, those that she's in coalition with.
She has been a very, very staunch supporter of the Ukrainian position.
So it's ridiculous to say that there will be any change in position in terms of Italy's commitment to supporting Ukraine.
In fact, I think if anything, it's bolstered by her presence there.
She's been very outspokenly supportive of that.
And when you look at the media's response, we've seen what's happened to Viktor Orban in Hungary for the last, you know, almost 10 years plus, constantly fighting this barrage of, you know, he's an extremist, he's anti-freedom of speech. you know, he's an extremist, he's anti-freedom of speech.
Is Is this what Italy has to look to under a prime ministership of Meloni?
Absolutely, 100%.
A lot of this obviously is driven by left-wing worldwide global media, but a lot of it is also driven from Brussels, from the European Union, the European Parliament, who consider basically Viktor Orban in Hungary to be a very suspicious member of this organization because he is not 100% tell me what to do from Brussels and I'll do it.
He says we are a sovereign nation, we will take what you say under advisement, but I was elected, you were not, to run this country.
There's another thing that's very funny.
They keep saying that under Maloney, democracy is in danger.
But this is democracy at work.
When a woman like this or any someone is elected with such a broad gap, it's a very clear mandate.
This is what the people want.
This is the victory.
Another one that was very, very funny to me.
So CNN said, well, her commitment to women's rights is very questionable.
And I say, look, this is the first woman prime minister in the history of Italy, going back to Romulus and Remus.
We've never seen it before.
This is women's rights in action.
This is what I tweet.
You just, you know, we did a Vulcan mind meld.
This is what I tweeted this morning.
It's so weird because I've been told that fascists are bigoted misogynists.
So how did fascists elect the first ever female prime minister?
Of Italy.
It's all garbage.
It's all just narrative spin.
We've only got two minutes left.
As a professor of ethics, as a champion of the unborn, Professor Williams, please follow him right now.
T.D.
Williams Rome on Twitter.
You've got to read him at Breitbart.com.
That's T.D.
Williams Rome on Twitter.
We haven't spoken since the Roe v. Wade decision.
And I'd like to get your reaction as perhaps that's the most important political event of the last century, the last hundred years.
And on top of that, just in the breaking news, your reaction to the FBI raiding Mark Howe's home, an ardent pro-life speaker.
Your response, Professor?
Well, again, this was simply, as we all know, this was reversing one of the worst decisions in the history of the Supreme Court.
This is not an ideologically Taking a position.
It was a legal decision.
It was correcting bad jurisprudence and allowing this decision, this issue to go back to where it belongs to the democratic process.
This is a victory for democracy before anything else.
And we're seeing the way that's playing out.
The debate is hot.
They wanted, the left desperately wanted this to be a protected thing by the Supreme Court.
They didn't want it in the hands of the states or in the legislatures.
They didn't want the people to have a say.
And now they do.
And they're irate.
And the reaction to the FBI raid of Mark Hanks home at two dozen armed FBI agents?
This was this was absolutely insane.
What it does do is it lifts up a little bit that rug under which you can peer and see what kind of filth is there in this administration.
And honestly, this is something that even in other administrations at that level, of government and the FBI, there's a lot of these bad apples, if you will.
And this is something that should really put everyone's back up.
Even people who are not necessarily as pro-life as we are, this is just a really, really dangerous sort of precedent.
Do not be looking for fascists in the eternal city of Rome.
Look for it at the Hoover Building, the FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C.
We have to release you.
Get back to your family.

All right.
So.
Segment here.
Do you want to come in with anything?
I'm going to talk merch.
I'm going to play the Panetta Cut.
Cut, Panetta, cut.
Panetta.
Today, Today, the business of our work is for the Council to report on the work that has occurred since our last meeting across these areas. the business of our work is for the Council to We will today also discuss the work yet ahead, the work we must still do to continue to move forward.
We're gonna meet today to talk about the work that we did and then the work that we're going to do at our meeting that we're having today.
I'm sorry, that's the vice.
Jeff, somebody's having fun with her.
Somebody on the teleprompter scriptwriting is just taking the mickey, aren't they?
I think so now.
It's been a lot of these the last couple months.
It's too many!
And you know the funniest thing?
She doesn't realize.
Oh yeah, she keeps going.
I know.
She just keeps going!
All right.
Somebody who isn't funny is General Kelly.
He was a saboteur in the White House.
Just listen to how former CIA director, good buddies with John Kennedy, Leon Panetta, describes how Kelly saw his mission.
Oh, and we knew it.
Cut seven.
Well, you know, it's pretty clear that President Trump had a very hard time working with any chief of staff.
He was getting rid of chiefs of staff left and right.
Because any chief of staff who was willing to stand up to him, and probably John Kelly was one of those that was trying to exert some discipline on President Trump, the president got rid of him.
Trying to stand up to the president and exert pressure.
Eric, help me out.
I think I missed something.
Maybe I was too busy working in the White House.
Who elected John Kelly?
I'm pretty sure Zero Americans.
Yeah, zero.
Hey, Kelly, nobody elected you.
The fact that you're trying to control the president means you're the subversive.
You're the seditious individual that is trying to subvert the will of the American people.
Let's go to the American people.
Let's go to Knoxville.
Let's talk to Randy, line one.
Hey, Dr. Gorka.
Hey, what's up?
What's your question?
What's your comment, Randy?
Yes, sir.
I get so annoyed when I continually hear idiots like Joe Scalberl and other people say Nazis and fascists or right-wingers when, as you well know, Dr. Gorka, who's the fascistic Crazy people acting like Nazis today.
They're not on the right side of the aisle, are they?
Well, and to your point, fascism, if you look at the National Socialist German Workers' Party, if you look at Mussolini himself, as Conrad Black told us, they're leftists!
They're socialists!
Fascism is an ideology of the left.
Nicely put, Randy, and thank you for your patience.
I've mentioned it before.
They thought I was going too far, but I was right.
The FBI is Biden's Gestapo.
That's why that is the hottest selling item on our website, the t-shirt, the mug, from Nazi Germany to the USA in 80 years.
I was right, and you need to have the values that we all share as America Firsters by going to the website, checking out our challenge coins, I'll stay frosty, Patches.

Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
A person picking up ballots and running them to the drop boxes.
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
And in no shape, in no way, in no time is that legal.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
2,000 Mules.

Welcome, dear friends, to America First One on One.
When you look at our movement, you look at the conservative movement writ large, it's a very interesting question to posit.
Who do we owe the most to?
Is it the founders, the first activists of the Tea Party movement?
Is it the spirit of the Gipper, Dutch Ronald Reagan?
Is it the late, great Rush Limbaugh?
Or could it be An incredibly iconoclastic individual who loved his blackberry and taught us what it means to be a fighter.
I'm gonna go with putting Andrew Bybart very near the top.
Let's just remind ourselves why that is the case.
We have Rush, we have you... Rush quoting people like suggesting that they're ghostwriters.
Do you see how... There's nothing wrong with having... If you've read through my entire book.
You didn't read my book.
Media Matters read it for you.
Every single thing... Sorry, I've marked it up.
I've read the whole thing.
Every single point that you've offered is straight out of George Soros's funded and John Podesta's led Media Matters.
You are playing the role of a dupe Of John Podesta and Eric Bullard and Media Matters.
Every time I appear on MSNBC or a lot of times, there's Eric Bullard from Media Matters to be right there.
Those are talking points straight out of Media Matters.
You and I are having a conversation.
No, we're not.
No, we are.
And Media Matters is over there.
George Soros is sitting over there.
And Bill Ayers is sitting over here.
Martin Bashir being utterly destroyed by the man who taught us so much and who we miss so much, the late, great Andrew Breitbart.
And we are delighted.
It's a rare occasion to have him in studio for a full one-on-one.
He is the Washington bureau chief for that empire that Andrew left us.
Breitbart.com.
Matt Boyd, welcome in studio.
Dr. G, always a pleasure.
Would not miss the opportunity to be here.
Isn't it great to just always refresh ourselves as to how special Andrew was and how fearless he was?
I highly recommend that everybody out there go and spend an afternoon and go look up all of Andrew Breitbart's old speeches and interviews like that one because there's so many great moments and there's things that like I'll do it occasionally like every you know a couple months or so I'll go back and look at them and there's just things that like I totally forgot about 10 years later that You know, these moments where he would just go off on somebody or like expose things.
Andrew, just absolutely incredible.
I want to talk about what's happening right now in politics.
You're here in D.C.
for some very special meetings.
We have to talk about the midterms.
We have to talk about what's happening with a certain piece of legislation that a certain senator signed on to last week that got a lot of people in the Breitbart community very, very irate.
But if you'll indulge me, because we have the luxury of a little bit longer together.
You've been at Breitbart how long?
10 years now.
Okay, 10 years.
Tell us a little bit about what Breitbart means to you as a journalist and a conservative.
And for those who aren't familiar with Andrew, I sadly, I worked for Breitbart, you know I was the national security editor before I joined the Trump administration, but I never got to meet him.
So why is he so different?
I think one thing is Fearlessness.
But you tell our listeners and our viewers.
It wasn't just fearlessness.
Yes, it was fearlessness.
And we see a lot of that across the conservative movement now.
A lot of people out there being fighters.
Obviously, Donald Trump is probably the preeminent example of that.
But it's not just the fearlessness.
Funny, too.
Like, if you ever hung out with Andrew, like, and I would do it.
I never actually worked at Breitbart when he was alive.
He always tried to convince me to come over.
I worked for Tucker Carlson.
You were a caller.
At Daily Caller, yeah.
So Tucker was my first editor.
I've been blessed to have some great mentors.
So I got to know Andrew Breitbart really well while I worked there.
So you knew him while you were at the call.
Yes, yes.
And it totally changed my life, right?
Changed my perspective on things.
Why?
Why?
Tell us why.
What was special about his perspective?
He approached it from, so I was in journalism school.
I was getting a master's degree when I met Andrew Breitbart.
So I was freelancing and working part-time for Daily Caller while I was going to American University for a master's degree in journalism.
And then I, this was during the Tea Party movement in 2010, and I was doing a story for the Daily Caller on bias against conservatives by the left media at these Tea Party rallies where they were going out and interviewing people and then Selectively editing them and deceptively editing the videos to make conservatives at these rallies, the good people that were going out to these Tea Party rallies, make them look like racists.
And so I was looking for somebody to talk to, and I think it was Tucker who recommended it.
I reached out to this guy, Andrew Breitbart.
I'd never heard of him before, so I sent him this big, long, well-thought-through press request email.
And I went through the journalism training that you're supposed to act like you're objective, Andrew and I started talking about this and about the flaws in the industry, and it was him who I think convinced, it was among other people, but it was him, Talker, a few others, that convinced me that the biggest flaw in the media industry, that you see this across the board in the New York Times, the Washington Post, etc., is that they claim to be objective.
There's no such thing as objectivity.
And frankly, a lot of the bias that you see inserted into the media is unintended.
They don't know how biased we are.
They don't even know!
Look, we're all human beings.
Every decision we make, we are not robots.
Every decision we make, from which stories we cover, to which ones we don't, to who we interview, to who we don't, to which quotes we include, to which ones we don't, to how we frame the article, to what we make the headline, to what we don't put in the story, all has the opportunity for the insertion of bias, intended or not.
Some of them do it on purpose.
Some of them, I really think that it's just an inherent flaw in the industry.
So we approach things differently.
Andrew and I talked about it repeatedly.
The goal was to make a news organization that does it right, that's open and honest with our audience about what it is that we believe in.
If you read Breitbart, you know where we stand.
It's the difference between Tom Carlson, who says, I'm a patriot, I love America, and somebody like Don Lemon, who says, I'm a journalist, but he trashes conservatives.
Right.
That's the difference.
If Don Lemon was just honest with his audience and if Maggie Haberman at the New York Times and if, you know, the rest of the New York Times staff and the whole MSNBC, if all of them, all of these different anchors and reporters and everybody just were open and honest about what it is that they believe, who they support, what they're all of these different anchors and reporters and everybody just were open and honest about what it is that they believe, who they support, what they're voting for, who they're voting for, what the stance that they have on various issues, their life, history, et cetera,
and as an industry.
But when you see all this debate that's happening right now about all the journalism industry is in strife and need of a bailout and all this stuff, well, yeah, they're in strife because they built on a lie, right?
They're built on a lie that people can somehow be robots and be objective.
Robots.
We are people.
All of our life experiences and beliefs and everything that we've learned over the course of our, you know, where we've gotten to where we are today.
I mean, look, the work that I've done at Bright Bar for 10 years informs the work that I do now, right?
Like, the work that I did, the people that I've met growing up along the way, family members, all sorts of different things, they inform who I am.
And if I'm open and honest about that with my audience, I feel like that helps me gain their trust.
You know, and I hear it all the time from people around the country that they trust us because we're straight shooters and we are honest with people about where it is that we come down.
By the way, I hear from people on the left who feel like that, right?
Like, there is a growing group of people on the left and I hope that one day we're gonna get to a place where these failed institutions like the New York Times and the Washington Post and CNN, et cetera, just come out and admit it.
Admit that you're Democrats.
Do you think that could ever happen, Matt?
I think that it's going to have to happen, otherwise they're all going to go out of business.
Look, you see CNN right now totally imploding.
They're trying to reshuffle the deck chairs on the deck of the Titanic, but it's still the deck of the Titanic unless they change that operating problem, that core institutional issue at somewhere like CNN, which is that they claim to be objective.
There's no such thing.
It's a lie.
But if you look, and I'm getting into the weeds here, but if you look at the Washington Post, which is a vanity project for Bezos, if you look at CNN's website, which is really the thing that financially keeps this disaster of a TV channel going, there doesn't seem to be any economic pressure.
Could they do this forever?
Could they just lie to their viewers forever?
The big ones probably can.
So the CNNs and the Washington Post, the ones that are funded by billionaires, but the little ones out there around the country can't.
And that's why you're seeing, I mean you mentioned the thing with the certain senator, right, like in the legislation.
We'll talk about that in a second.
We'll get to that later, but that's all about the local news outlets.
So the mid-city newspapers like the Miami Herald, they can't keep the sham going.
The Dallas Morning News can't keep the sham going.
And so these mid-city newspapers, so that's what's happening right now is you're starting to see the establishment media's lower roots.
The New York Times can probably keep the sham going for the rest of our lives.
CNN probably can.
The Washington Post probably can.
But the rest of them can't.
And that's the problem, is that if the rest of them have to start changing and addressing these core issues that we're talking about, rather than getting a bailout from the government, then the big ones are going to have to, the lie is going to be called out for them too.
We'll talk about latest developments in that sector and especially with regards to a certain conservative senator last week.

Okay, play cut.
Every suicide is a tragedy, all the more so when it's a combat veteran.
We now have more who've committed suicide than have died in combat since 9-11.
What on earth are we going to do about it?
What can you do about it?
There's one organization founded by combat veterans that is there to help and try and stop these brave men and women from making that decision.
It's called Mighty Oaks.
They have a series of ranches across the country where veterans, active duty service members and their families can go to deal with their trauma, psychological pain, the PTSD and find some tranquility.
It costs $2,500 per veteran to send them to a ranch.
They aren't charged a penny Will you donate today to help those who have given so much for us and who stand on the wall to protect us?
If you will, if you're prepared to, if you're a veteran who wants to help your fellow brothers in arms, please go to my website SebGawker.com and click on the Mighty Oaks banner at the top.
You'll see a picture of me and Chad Robuchon, former Force Recon Marine, and it says Restore Our Warriors.
Give a hundred bucks.
Give a thousand bucks.
Give as much as you can because they deserve our support.
Let's get that horrific number, 22 a day, committing suicide amongst our veterans as close down to zero as we can with your help.
Let's go.
Please, today, support them at sebgorka.com.

No, serious!
Go to hell!
and then click on the Restore Our Warriors banner at the top.
We're back with Matt Boyle.
He is the Washington Bureau chief for the Breitbart.com website, the most influential concerted website on the planet.
Let's remind everybody why and how it got there.
Again, another fabulous clip from the late, great Andrew Breitbart.
Go to hell.
They're serious.
Go to hell.
Go to hell.
You've been so rude. - You're trying to divide America.
Class warfare is not American.
Class warfare is not American.
And the reason why they hate Sarah Palin isn't because of her human flaws.
It's because how effective she is.
It's how effective she's been in calling out the community organizer-in-chief, Barack Obama.
He's telling Barack Obama to go to hell and we don't coordinate our clips, we don't approve them with our guests in advance.
He's whispering, Matt's going, I think I was there, I think I was there.
I'm glad that that clip is from a place that you may have been there with.
That one was from... We'll find out.
It doesn't matter.
It's a good story.
We'll save you there.
But here's my question to you.
Because I get this a lot.
I get this from members of my family.
Like, can't you be nicer?
Can't you be more polite?
Andrew was the example of... No, go to hell.
If you're trying to destroy Political opponents.
If you're trying to destroy America, enough of the rhino, ooh, we've got to be polite Marcus of Queensbury.
Where do you stand on that, Matt, when it comes to being a political actor?
I think that we should, you know, certain times it calls for being very aggressive and not so polite.
Other times it calls for being polite.
It depends on the circumstance.
But the idea that we always have to be nice, when the other side is using the FBI to swat our homes.
When the other side would like to see us all arrested and put in jail and destroyed and all of us homeless and unemployed, which is what they want.
Uh, no, uh, you have to understand that, uh, you know, I mean, look, how do you fight fire?
You fight fire with fire, right?
Like, and so, uh, the fact is now, look, there's sometimes when, uh, you know, there, I'm more of a situational thing, right?
Like, so there's times when it calls for the scalpel.
There are times when it calls for the camera and believe me, I've used both.
Many times over the course of the 10 years I've been at Breitbart.
But the point is, is that, you know, like, look, you have to understand that the other side's all for blood.
I mean, they're trying to destroy us.
And you hear it every day from Joe Biden.
You hear it every day from Barack Obama.
You hear it every day from Eric Garland.
When they say half the nation are fascists in the clear and present danger, the idea that we have to be polite is kind of asinine.
Let's talk about a moment last week when your blood did get a little bit heated.
Talk to us about certain legislation concerning social media and what Senator Cruz did last week and why it's so dangerous.
Right, so there's a proposal that Amy Klobuchar, a Democrat who ran for president and fully intends to run for president again, a senator from Minnesota has been pushing.
It's called the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act.
Now what it would do is it would create an antitrust exemption to allow media companies to band together to collectively bargain so that they can group together and force big tech, Facebook and Google, to pay for the content that they carry on their platforms.
Now, that sounds good, except here's the problem.
There are no provisions in the legislation, something that would be called a favored nations clause, that would make it such that the deal that is the best deal negotiated between a group of media companies would apply to everybody. - And it means smaller companies as well.
Meaning smaller companies and conservative media, etc.
So what I'm getting at here is that the way that this would work out is that the big establishment media outlets, the big city newspapers that I was talking about before, like the Miami Herald, the Dallas Morning News, etc.
They'd all get together and make their own little deal with Facebook and Google.
Outside the law, because again, it would create an antitrust exemption, which by the way, every time we see an antitrust exemption, Major League Baseball is a really good example of this, never works out so well, but they would make their own deal and it would exclude the rest of us from it.
Senator Cruz, this bill was dead.
It was dead multiple times over the course of the last year and a half, and it's one of the few things that the Democrats have proposed this Congress that we've been able to crush.
Senator Cruz revived it in Senate Judiciary Committee last year.
Any idea why the hell he'd help out Klobuchar and the big media?
Well, it gets to the answer of, again, Klobuchar, who fully intends to run for president again.
Who are the people that really want this legislation?
It's the local newspapers that are failing around the country.
They want it because they think it's going to lead to them getting bailed out by big tech.
So one would think that someone potentially considering running a run for president again, like Senator Cruz has done in the past, And do you think it is now a done deal?
I don't think so.
I think this thing can be fought and I think that they don't have the votes for it right now.
If they had the votes for it, they passed it out of the Senate Judiciary Committee last week.
There were four Republicans who voted for it on the Judiciary Committee.
They were included Cruz and then also Senator Kennedy from Louisiana.
Senator Lindsey Graham and Senator Chuck Grassley.
They have a few more Republicans who are co-sponsors on it in the Senate.
And I think there are senators on the Democrat side who are afraid of it as well because they think it doesn't go far enough in terms of the censorship that are in it.
So there are concerns here.
If they had the votes for this, they'd have it on the floor already today.
They don't have the votes for it right now.
And I think that if people call their senators, I think Senator Cynthia Loomis in particular from Wyoming needs to hear from people.
And if they call their senators and they tell them they don't like this, I don't think that they're going to be able to get the votes to get it through.
Watch the lame duck after the election.
Call your senator right now on this bill.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
We've got two more years of this insanity left.
Are you ready?
Do you have a plan B?
If it's not just baby formula, if it's food, if you can't get food for your loved ones, do what I did.
Go with the biggest emergency food supply and the best in America, my Patriot Supply.
If you use my link, you will get $250 off their three-month supply.
Never be in a position where you can't feed your loved ones, your children or your grandchildren.
And that's preparewithgorka.com, $250 off a three-month supply.
That's preparewithgorka.com.
Matt, can I get a little bit technical to talk about you for a second?
Sure.
Because you are one of the rare breed, you're young, you're not one of, you're not, you know, I'm getting up there though.
I just turned 35.
But you write, you still dedicate a lot of your journalistic work to something that is basically dead in journalism, which is long form pieces.
You will take an issue, whatever it is, and you will dive into it for weeks or months, and then you'll drop 1,000, 2,000, 3,000-word piece.
I love it.
I think that's what real journalism has to include.
How does that drive you?
Why do you do that?
Why does Alex Marlow, the editor-in-chief of Breitbart, give you that room for maneuver?
Because you are an oddity in a good way, that you really get down into the nitty-gritty of these issues.
Why do you do that, Matt Boyle?
Well, look, I also subscribe to the fact that because I host a radio show on Saturday mornings on Sirius.
I do video stuff out there as well.
So I've done some deeper long form videos over the last couple of years where we did some things with Governor Noem and Kevin McCarthy and Senator Blackburn, among others.
But the but the but the written word, in my opinion, is still the most powerful thing.
I mean, if you if you put it, I still think that people read for information.
I do like I get it that people are out there like all watching these like tech talks and, you know, social media videos and 30 second videos.
But I still think there's a huge number of people out there who are looking for easy to digest, readable information.
That's frankly where I get most of my information from is reading.
So I read a lot very quickly.
I read a lot of articles all across the news.
So if you see it in the news today, I probably He always wants stuff printed out and he wants to read it.
Well I read it on my phone or on my computer or on my iPad but like I'm but yes or I'll read it printed out too sometimes but like yes but I like to read it and I think that and I can digest it very quickly and I think that a lot of people out there are like that too they want to read information and also it's permanent right like what yes it's online but the like a print newspaper or I'm like, that is permanent.
And I think that, uh, it's, it's particularly effective.
It's not a 60 second TikTok.
It's not a 60 second TikTok.
Now look, a 60 second TikTok also important.
Don't get me wrong.
I'm not downplaying the, um, the, the other forms of new media that are coming along.
I think they're all tools in a toolbox.
But the fact is, is that if you look at this, like it's an information war and that's what, that's how we approach things.
Like that's how Andrew Breitbart taught us to approach things is that we're in an information war.
Each one of these different media are pieces of ammunition, right?
So your 60 second TikToks, your radio hits, your social media posts, your articles, all of these things are all different forms of ammunition that you can use to try to achieve the objective that you're trying to achieve.
And our objective that we're trying to achieve is we're trying to educate the public and get more and more people on our side and also can get our side fired up as well and informed.
So, again, we approach this from the perspective of getting back to that original thing that we were talking about, that we understand that there's no such thing as objectivity.
We are all open and honest about what it is that we believe and that we believe in a certain worldview.
And that worldview is extremely clear, if you read Breitbart.
Yeah.
And listen to our products, et cetera.
And then beyond that, we're taking that information out there in any form that we possibly can to help the public come to our way of thinking and to win that war.
And I think that we're closer than we've ever been before to winning the war.
All right, I got a question for you on that regard, but just on this social media thing.
I know it was over 10 years ago and you never worked for him directly, but you knew him very well.
Andrew Breitbart had a truly unique, preternatural understanding of social media.
I mean, the way he'd drip a story out, whether it was Acorn or something else, he understood it in ways that most people have no idea.
Right.
So Andrew understood social media as a community and also a platform through which you can show Part of the reason why I walked away from Twitter, and I still don't use Twitter, I use True Social now, because I think that True Social has stepped into the void of much of what Twitter left behind several years ago.
But the reason why I walked away from Twitter is because I think they've gotten away from that original thing that they were doing, which was a platform and an open exchange of ideas.
What Andrew used to do was he would retweet all the people that sent him nasty, hateful stuff to his whole follower list.
And what it would do is it would show people just how hateful and nasty and disgusting the left really are.
That's like a libs of TikTok before TikTok, right?
Yes, exactly.
That's exactly what it is.
And so libs of TikTok has basically taken up the mantle of what Andrew's doing.
I mean, just literally just showing people how crazy and insane those people are.
Helps, I think, rational people come to the realization that we are the winning side.
We are the rational side.
We are the sane side.
And it's also one of the quickest ways to get suspended on Twitter.
If you show the truth of what the left is by simply doing what Libs of TikTok does, God bless her, by taking the insane wokeness of Instagram or TikTok and then putting it on Twitter and just, without comment, just reposting it for the world to see.
That gets her in trouble because, you know, truth gets her in trouble in an insane world.
We're talking to Matt Boyle.
He is the Washington Bureau Chief For the most influential concerted website out there, it's brightbart.com and we're coming to you from the relieffactor.com studios.
Relief Factor, pain relief that works, pain relief that's real, pain relief that is liberating.

500-83-84, or just go to relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.
All right, so a couple of times already we've mentioned the midterms of Matt Boyle.
Here's my big question for you as somebody who knows the swamp better than anyone else, who's been following and writing about the politics here for years and years and years.
Exciting!
Lots of, I mean, what is it, President Trump has a, what, 150 to 9 record of endorsements?
Something like that, I don't know.
Some absurd best ever.
The best ever of any politician.
Best ever times like a thousand, but like, yeah.
So, exciting.
MAGA candidates, American first candidates crushing it.
But here's my big so what.
Okay, they can win.
They can come into the House, come into the Senate, come into state legislatures, but without a change in leadership, because Matt Gaetz isn't going to be the Speaker of the House, right?
We're not going to have a MAGA, you know, leader of the Senate.
So it kind of grinds to a halt after November, or can America first with President Trump coming around the corner for 2024?
Can MAGA's success be reflected actually in Congress?
What's your prediction?
I think that it's going to very much be reflected in Congress.
And so, look, this is a long battle that we've been engaged in.
So yes, we shocked the world when President Trump won the White House in 2016, but the Republican Party hadn't fully changed yet.
It was starting to happen a little bit, right?
Some of these good guys were winning primaries in 2012 and 2010 and 2014.
Yeah, but it's very early.
But it was very early.
So this has played out over the course of the last several elections since then, right?
So each—now, it's happened faster in the House than it has in the Senate, and that's just because House elections are every two years.
Senate elections are every six years.
But look at the Senate picture, right?
Like, look at these new guys that are coming in to the U.S. Senate.
J.D. Vance, he is much different than Rod Portman, okay?
Ted Budd, much different than Richard Burr.
Eric Schmidt in Missouri, much different than Roy Blunt who's leaving.
And the same goes across the board around the country.
So it's each election you want to move the Overton window and move things just a little bit more the right direction and take as much ground as you can and a little bit more than that.
We've been seeing that happen in the House.
So yes, is Matt Gaetz going to be the Speaker?
No.
Matt Gaetz is not going to be the Speaker of the House.
The Speaker is going to be Kevin McCarthy.
Isn't that a problem?
I don't think Kevin is a bad guy, but he's soft.
Well, Kevin was in the past, but Kevin also has to look at the whole Republican conference.
To get there.
But is he going to reflect it?
Is he going to reflect that confidence?
I think so.
Because I think he's going to have to.
Because if he doesn't, then somebody else is going to step up and beat him.
And I think you're already seeing that happen with him now.
So I've gotten to know him pretty well over the last couple years.
And I just did an interview with him last week in Pittsburgh.
He's literally laying out, first off, the commitment to America, which they've put forward.
Which, by the way, I encourage people to go read it.
I think it's the boldest Republican plan that we've seen in our lifetime.
It's better.
More than a contract with America?
It's better than a contract with America.
Wow.
Yes, and Newt Gingrich himself said that, apparently, to the House Republicans.
That's what Elise Stefanik told me in Pittsburgh at their event on last Friday morning.
So even Newt Gingrich himself said that.
Now, look, the tell is in the immigration part of the commitment to America.
For the first time ever, the Republican conference in the House of Representatives has formally endorsed E-Verify.
So they've backed E-Verify and then cutting off welfare for people not in this country legally.
They've said enough with the Chamber of Commerce, Ben.
Yes, and by the way, they've literally openly talked about investigating the Chamber of Commerce.
They're going to be going after them on the immigration and on the ESG stuff as well, but the reason why that's important is if you put those two things together, E-Verify plus cutting off the welfare, you're cutting off the magnet, the incentive for people to come here illegally and to come streaming through the border.
So if you look at that, and you look at all these other issues, they talk about they're going to have a select committee on China.
Which is a huge step in the right direction.
They talk about bringing the supply chains back.
They talk about hiring more police officers.
So overall, you've seen the Republican Party move in the right direction.
But also in addition to that, one of the things that I talked with Leader McCarthy about was he laid out how they're going to use spending bill fights.
And then he says, every means necessary.
So they're going to use every means available that they have to them.
That's all the must-pass spending bills.
And they're going to try to leverage and force Biden's hand.
If they've got the Senate as well, there's more things that they can do in that they can send bills to the President and force him to veto them, etc.
But again, at the end of the day, remember, Biden stole the President right now, so that's going to be hanging over this.
But they're going to do everything they can to get what they can of this agenda in place immediately.
And they can stop the bad stuff, a lot of it, right away.
Now, you mentioned Biden a couple of days ago.
Kind of seemed he floated like he's not running.
Who's going to be the candidate?
Is it going to be Hillary?
Who's it going to be?
I fully expect Biden's going to be the candidate.
Really?
So I think Biden, it's tough to take out an incumbent president.
It really is.
But after what even Jen Psaki said a few days ago, that he's like a boat anchor for Democrat candidates.
He is, but he's still the president.
So unless he goes willingly, which I don't expect him to do, all these other characters who keep stepping forward, the Gavin Newsoms of the world, Kamala Harris, Pritzker from Illinois has been flirting with it.
They might run against him, but he's still the president, right?
So if he doesn't go step aside willingly, they're gonna have a tough time getting rid of him.
And Hillary's not running?
I don't think... With all of her media appearances... I hope in my heart of hearts that Hillary Clinton runs for president.
Wouldn't it be delicious to have President Trump defeat her again?
Oh my god, it would be the best.
Wouldn't it?
So it would be so great.
Hillary Clinton running would be the biggest gift to Republicans period.
We all pray every day.
We wake up every morning, we go to bed every night and we pray that Hillary Clinton will run for president.
If you're listening Hillary, please, please run because we would love to see our old boss destroy, my old boss destroy you again because Because you deserve it.
I don't know, that TV show, all the interviews in the last few weeks, I don't know, Matt, I think she's... Look, if Biden falls or something, could I see her stepping up and trying again?
Sure.
But, again, the idea that Biden is going to give it up willingly, I mean, this is a guy who has never done anything but be in office for his entire adult life.
What was he, 28 or 29 years old when he was elected to the Senate?
I mean, he's been in office for his entire life.
Like, he's never done anything but politics.
He's a career politician, if there ever was one.
He's always wanted this job, the presidency.
Why would he ever give it up willingly?
He won't.
So all this notion of Biden just stepping aside, not gonna happen, I don't think.
Not very easily.
Not as easily as these people think.
All right, he's Matthew Boyle.

All right, last question for our special in-studio guest, Matt Ball, Washington Bureau Chief for Breitbart.com.
You went to journalism school here in the swamp, you worked for the Daily Caller, you ended up at Breitbart, you're now the Bureau Chief working at Breitbart.com.
What would you say to young people who are insane enough to think of a life in journalism today?
What's your advice?
Go for it!
Try!
What's your advice?
My advice is go out there and just start doing it, right?
So get out there and create a body of work.
You can make a blog on your own.
Just start writing!
Just start writing, right?
Start writing, start making videos, start doing stuff.
But if you go out there, people are going to notice, right?
And I mean, that's what I did when I first started.
So when I was in college and undergrad, before I came up here, and I left my grad school program, by the way.
I did not graduate from my master's program.
I quit in the middle of it.
You wanted to get a job.
Right.
Like, I wanted the job, right?
And so, best decision I ever made, by the way.
It was Tucker and Andrew both helped convince me to do it.
Don't worry.
I did the same thing at Harvard.
I was there at master's degree.
It was so woke, I walked out after a year.
Yeah, totally ridiculous.
I mean, the stuff they were assigning us was ridiculous.
But the point is that just start doing stuff.
When I was an undergrad, I went and interned for free at a local newspaper in Florida.
And I wrote dozens of articles for this local newspaper covering everything from a local crime blog to all sorts of different stuff.
I did some investigations on different things down there.
I covered everything possible.
Take on as many possible assignments as you can.
Write about stuff.
Go out there and do it.
That's my advice.
And then the future of the field you work in, is it going to become even more fractured?
We see what's happening.
We love Truth Social, President Trump's platform, Dan Bongino's Rumble.
We're on Rumble as well.
Then there's, you know, Dave Rubin and Locals.
Are we going to see a continued bifurcation?
Are we going to see little ghettos?
Or are we going to see a cleansing moment where Journalists get back to journalism in the mainstream as well.
What's your prediction?
Well, I hope that journalists get back to journalism.
It's been decades really since.
I mean, it was in the mid 20th century when they decided to do this whole objectivity lie.
Until such time as places like the Associated Press and the New York Times and the Washington Post admit their biases, we're not going to get there.
So I think you're going to continue to see the power of these new outlets rising on both the right and the left.
And by the way, there's some people on the left doing some really good things.
I don't agree with their politics, but the people at the Intercept... I like Greenwald.
Yeah, they do some great reporting over there, right?
And so, that's what you're going to continue to see, I think.
You're going to see more and more of that on both sides as time goes on.
In the meantime, if you enjoy shows like ours, support those who make it possible.
