The End
You want to try to keep it as down-low as possible.
A lot of this is just down-low stuff that we don't tell people.
Because what we don't want to do is attract attention.
We don't want the media... Like, we don't even know where we're going when they tell us.
I get the whole secrecy and all this s***, but this is even about my f***ing secret.
You know what I mean?
And why?
You know why?
Yeah, I know, but why?
What's the big secret?
Everybody knows what's happening.
If this gets out, they'll know the government is betraying the American people.
Happy Friday, dear friends.
This is America First.
That's perhaps the most powerful clip I've played on this show since we launched three and a half years ago.
Local New York police intercepting an unmarked jetliner.
Being flown by contractors from here in Virginia who work for the CIA flying illegal immigrants into Westchester County under the cover of darkness after that airport was closed.
That's why the police rolled up and said, what the hell are you doing here?
The airport's closed.
Well, we don't want anybody to know what we're doing because Biden's flying them across the country.
But the mainstream media didn't want to talk about illegal aliens, the two million that we know of that have crossed into this nation since Biden swore his oath of office as the Commander-in-Chief.
But now they do!
In the last 48 hours, it's strangely become a topic.
Even the individual with the very strange haircut, Chuck Todd, Had his own spin on illegal immigrants, 53 of them being bussed to Martha's Vineyard.
Cut to.
And it's all due to treating people as political pawns, leaving some migrants who might have been misled to believe they were going elsewhere, as reported by NPR, on a literal island that doesn't have any infrastructure designed to help them at all.
In a word, it's inhumane.
No infrastructure?
What do you mean, Chuck, that they don't have cages like Obama had for them at the detention facilities?
All they have is very, very tony wine clubs, you know, wine bars and country clubs.
An island that can take 220,000 people in the summertime, which is now empty since it's fall.
They don't have the infrastructure?
Or is it because they don't have the infrastructure for Hispanics?
And you're racist!
Just like Obama, who has his eight-bedroom mansion on Martha's Vineyard.
Tucker Carlson had a very good question for the Obamas.
Play cut.
Because a plane load of highly diverse immigrants arrived on Martha's Vineyard to join the Obamas.
But the Obamas didn't welcome them.
There was not a word from Barack or Michelle Obama.
Barack wasn't waiting at the airport to greet the diversifiers with flowers.
He didn't issue a statement of congratulations.
He didn't invite a single Venezuelan to his home.
How come?
Could it be that Barack Obama isn't really actually in real life in favor of diversity at all?
Could it be that Barack Obama strongly prefers blonde SoulCycle moms in Lululemon to sweaty third-world campesinos in dirty work pants?
Could it be?
We can't say.
But we can tell you that if you want to find out what people really think, go ahead and ignore what they say and watch how they live.
And by that measure, the one that matters, Barack and Michelle Obama are every bit as bigoted as any board member at any restricted country club in the deep south, assuming those still exist.
Those people?
They're not dating my daughter, I can tell you that.
So in other words, we learned this week that Barack Obama really is a racist, and not in the way you've always assumed.
Obama may hate white people, he certainly seems to, but he also demands to live around them, and only them.
Isn't that weird?
After he leaves the White House, he buys a mansion in an almost exclusively white part of America, where the only Hispanics and black people you'll see are the people cleaning the toilets, raking the leaves, and fixing your plumbing?
Is he the first white supremacist black president?
If they can call Larry Elder the black face of white supremacy, how about somebody who truly is a racist?
Why didn't he move to Chicago or Detroit?
Why didn't he buy out a burnt factory in Detroit and turn it into a mansion?
Strange that he didn't go back to Chicago and hang out with his buddies, Bill Ayres and Bernardine Dorn, the convicted terrorist in whose living room he launched his senatorial campaign.
So it's inhuman to fly people on a jet to Martha's Vineyard?
But it's not inhuman to do what happened to them afterwards.
I was working this morning when somebody texted me.
Ted, you know who you are.
No last names.
You're a patriot.
You work in the... I'll just say the judicial arena.
And he said, I'm listening to Breitbart right now.
And you need to talk about this on your show.
And Ted's right.
A father.
of a soldier serving at Joint Base Cape Cod informed the listeners to Breitbart Sirius XM and now I see it I mean I tweeted this out immediately now I saw footage just an hour ago on Fox it has been confirmed that the um I guess what the racists on Martha's Vineyard the people who run Massachusetts the Democrats who hate people from Venezuela if they're not cleaning their toilets
have shipped the 53 illegal aliens that were flown to Martha's Vineyard to Joint Base Cape Cod.
Yeah.
They're not allowed to stay in fashionable, upscale Martha's Vineyard.
They're so tolerant that they've shipped them off to a camp.
Who are the real racists?
Who are the people putting them behind chain link fences now on a military base guarded by people carrying M16s and M4s?
I'm waiting for AOC to go to joint base camcorder.
You know that thing she did in front of that DHS facility in her white blouse and white pants, holding her knees and doing that fake cry?
Where are you now, AOC?
Why aren't you getting in your Tesla?
Your oh-so-fancy Tesla with your white boyfriend and driving to Joint Base Cape Cod.
Are you gonna stand there in front of the MPs at the front gate and fake cry because the illegal aliens have been shipped there by the fascists that run Massachusetts and the white millionaires of Martha's Vineyard?
You know what really is humane?
53 illegal aliens including three children who were cooked to death in the back of an 18-wheeler in Texas.
Yeah, I'd say that's humane.
Didn't you cry about them?
Because you don't give a crap.
Because now they can't vote for you.
They can't be amnesty and given a voter ID card because they're dead!
Or the hundreds that have been killed crossing the Rio Grande because you want to buy yourself an electoral base.
You don't give a crap about them either.
Ooh, but if they show up in Chicago, in Manhattan, or Martha's Vineyard, ship them out straight away.
Because that's how tolerant you are.
The real fascists.
The real racists.
They're in the Democrat Party.
The birthplace of the KKK and every Dream Crow Law.
Okay, it's Friday.
Let's have a bit of fun.

Yes, do it.
Alright, title for that.
Can you put that on hold, Alex?
Wow, what a monologue.
Okay, good, alright.
What did you say, Eric?
Title for the monologue, or for feedback.
Can you put that on hold, Alex?
It's the same guy, he keeps calling.
Is it a lefty?
Darryl from California.
Okay.
Okay.
The racists of Martha's Vineyard.
Mm-hmm.
What did he want?
Uh...
We're calling up Solomon now.
Is his Twitter really Bake Associates?
That's what it says, yeah.
Is it Baker?
Yep.

Welcome back to America First one-on-one with Vivek Ramaswamy.
Hey, John.
Hey, guys.
Hey, thanks for joining us.
You know, this story, I just can't give it enough play.
And as the person who has the most credibility on it, I just need you for one segment to explain why this is a blockbuster regarding Danchenko and also the timings for making him a CI.
That's all I need you to do, OK?
Sure.
Absolutely.
Unless there's another big story you want to tease.
Well at the end I'll wrap up by mentioning the fact that things like this are building momentum towards a giant church committee that we're going to have some large bipartisan commissioner committee next year looking at the FBI.
Who's going to be the champion of that idea on the hill?
Jordan is a big champion.
Kevin is a big champion of it.
I think he's going to come on the record next week and say he's going to do it.
I'm working on that.
So I think there's a large number.
Grassley, Johnson like it.
Great job on Hannity.
Thank you.
It was fun.
Yeah, I got one more round tonight.
All right, good.
All right, 40 seconds.
Standby.
Thank you, sir.
All righty.
America first!
Yes, indeed.
You're looking at the new Dr. G Mark II, the improved version, 40 pounds lighter, thanks to Dr. Ashley Lucas.

We have a massive story this week that hasn't been given the requisite coverage anywhere really, but the man who knows the most is the author of the seminal work, Fallout, Nuclear Bribes, Russian Spies and the Washington Lies that Enriched the Clinton and Biden Dynasties.
He's one of the few real investigative journalists out there.
He's the founder, the editor-in-chief of justthenews.com.
Welcome back to America First, John Solomon.
Yes, good to be with you, Sam.
So I just want to retread this issue because it is such a massive blockbuster.
I don't want anybody to miss it or to just rely upon my explication.
You've been covering this for five years now.
Why is the Durham filing Or the unsealing regarding Igor Danchenko, the Russian national who is working at the Brookings Institution just down the road.
Why is it such a big deal and why does it point the finger to corruption at the FBI, John?
Yeah, listen, it shows bad faith by the FBI.
Let's just think about the facts that are now in evidence.
The FBI knew starting in the fall of 2008 that Igor Danchenko had ties to Russian intelligence agencies.
They also knew he had tried to make offers of cash payments to incoming Obama administration officials to pay them cash if they would leak him secrets.
So he had all the harm marks of spying, of classified secret stealing.
They dropped the investigation on him mistakenly, thinking he had left the United States when he stayed here.
That suggests a level of incompetence by the FBI.
But then in 2017, when they find out he is the primary source for Christopher Steele's now completely discredited And by the way, by the time they started interviewing him in early 17, they already knew the dossier was discredited.
He lies to them.
He lies.
I've never had contact with the Russian intelligence service.
We know you're lying.
Okay, all right, I'm lying.
And then, literally, that's how the conversation goes.
And then he disowns most of the things that are attributed to him in the dossier.
After all that happened, after all of that knowledge, The FBI decides in March of 2017 to hire him as a confidential informant to continue to pursue Russia collusion allegations against Donald Trump.
And the timing there is crucial, isn't it?
Because we're talking about the time that Devin Nunes, Cash Patel had realized this is all bogus.
So it looks like the Bureau is just trying to deep six this person and hide him under some kind of CI cover.
And remember, it's the month that James Comey said that the dossier, the Steele dossier, was salacious and unverified.
In other words, it's garbage intelligence.
So the guy who could prove that to Congress, to the American public, they put under wraps and tie him up as a confidential human source so that he can't talk, can't be interviewed by Congress, can't be discovered by anyone.
And they keep him there all the way to almost the end of the 2020 election.
They put him on ice.
That's your or my tax dollars going to a guy who they thought was a Russian spy, who was known to have lied to them, and who had been the source of all of the garbage that was in the dossier.
One of the things that Durham does really well, he shows how the story of the P-Tape, the famous sexcapades in Moscow, how it was a completely contrived lie.
He's going to bring the hotel manager.
From the Ritz Carlton in Moscow to this trial here in the United States.
And he's gonna say, I never met with anyone.
I never told him that.
No one in my staff ever heard such a story about Donald Trump.
They're gonna blow up something that the media spent two and a half years putting on television every night.
However, there has been criticism amongst conservative commentators that it seems as if Durham isn't targeting the FBI.
He's not bringing indictments against those who have lied within the FBI, like Timothy Tebow.
As a result of perhaps the weakness of the Durham investigation, there are voices for some kind of committee, a new committee in Congress.
Can you tell us who's behind it and what the idea is?
You know, 50 years ago, around this time, is when we had a large question in America.
Was the FBI abusing civil liberties after the J. Edgar Hoover era?
Were there awful things going on in the name of the United States intelligence community?
We assembled an all-star panel of senators, Democrat and Republican, some of the most famous names.
They proved that those things occurred, and then they created guardrails and laws and changes that would protect American civil liberties going forward.
A lot of people, famous people, like the former intelligence chief of the FBI, Kevin Brock, Jim Jordan, Devin Nunes, Marshall Blackburn, all arguing we need that type of commission now.
The FBI is so far out of control and has lost so much trust from the American people.
We need an independent committee or commission.
Jim Jordan said he'd like to get that started as soon as he gets into Congress next year.
Given the fact that you've been following this issue for years now, you've been writing on it, you have your own TV show, you've got your book, Fallout.
Do you have a sense of everything that we've witnessed, John, of a rough percentage of how much is still to be unearthed?
Do we know 20%?
Do we know 30%?
How much still has to be investigated?
I think John Durham knows 100%.
I think the public knows somewhere between 50 and 60% and the final 40% will be even more shocking than what we know.
There's three things I think we need to know.
What was in the final FISA warrant that amounted to what we now know as the insurance policy?
There was some specific tactic and episode.
That was the insurance policy.
It is currently redacted in the version of that.
Meaning you're talking about the FBI lovebirds when they're texting saying, don't worry if Trump wins, we have an insurance policy.
That's what you're referring to.
Right.
What was that insurance policy?
What tactic was it?
We know that Rodney Jaffe, according to the last thing, was doing some form of electronic surveillance.
We need to know what that is.
And then we never got a good understanding of what went on before July 31st, 2016, when the official opening There's a lot of indications that the effort to find dirt on Trump began earlier by the FBI and the Clinton campaign.
I think those are in that 40% of unknown things.
I think John Durham knows every aspect, and if his report ever becomes public, we'll get the final answer.
All right.
In the meantime, follow this man, Jay Solomon Reports.
Bookmark his media empire, justinews.com, and catch him every night.

Our excerpt of our oral history with Mayor Giuliani that we recorded on Sunday on the anniversary of September the 11th.
Here he is talking of the aftermath of those events.
When we did our anthrax drill, which was about a year after that, when the federal government raided us, we ended up having killed about a third of our fire department because we didn't have the right equipment on.
We didn't know what we were doing.
When we finally did handle anthrax, and there I'll tell you, we handled it brilliantly.
The New York City Health Department, New York City Fire Department, the New York City Police Department handled anthrax and got the casualties down to almost nothing.
Kind of helped the rest of the country handle it.
We figured out, we immediately had the antibiotic for it.
We could put our hands on three million right away, and then another three million, Jerry Howard had gotten them for us.
I knew all about anthrax.
I know all about the illness.
I know all about how to handle it.
We were ready for four or five other biological, chemical attacks, including smallpox, which would have been a horrendous experience for us.
We'd have to have put people on Governor's Island.
Probably we'd have to have used some of the area around the Icon Stadium.
We had like five places where we would put people.
And then for each one of the chemical or biological attacks, we had a protocol.
The Friday night after September 11, at nine o'clock, I held a meeting at Gracie Mansion, secret meeting, in which the federal government fully participated.
And we stayed until three in the morning, and we went over every possible biological or chemical attack that could take place to New York City.
And what we would do, what George Pataki would do, the state and what the federal government would do.
So when anthrax happened, three weeks later, we were completely ready for it.
The other thing I should emphasize that I didn't was the coordination, which was superb.
Across the different levels of government.
And when I see the ones that didn't work, when I watched the governor of New York and the mayor of New York fighting over COVID, I said, I don't understand how this is going to work.
The moment I had that conversation with George Pataki on the phone, and he thought I was dead, and I was alive, and he said, thank God, we really need you.
He said, you know, I've pre-positioned the National Guard, but I haven't deployed them because I know how reluctant you are about the National Guard.
I said, George, I just changed my mind.
I need all the help I can get.
This is a different situation.
I always was worried about their having to deal with riots.
Because dealing with riots, as we know, is so sensitive.
And our police, despite all of the ridiculous, horrible things that are said, are brilliant at doing it.
And restrained at doing it.
You put an ordinary human being in that situation, and they're gonna react like an ordinary human being, and we're gonna have a terrible problem.
But for something like this, I needed the National Guard.
But George and I decided that we'd become one.
We immediately decided, we'd take our two staffs.
We would meet together every day.
We would sit in the same office, like we have partner's desk.
And we'd make every decision together.
And we made that decision because both of us had been in government long enough to know that we could get along, but our staffs would go at each other immediately.
And if there was a mistake, it could be attributed to either of us.
That would happen.
And then if we could blame it on Bush, we would.
So we immediately got together.
That helped the president very quickly decide the next morning that FEMA would not be anything else other than a help to us.
And he told the guy from FEMA that he worked for us.
And it stayed that way for the entire time.
That coordination was the reason why Anthrax was handled so well in New York and then it helped the rest of the country handle it because we had that Working relationship.
And now when I see an emergency, like when I saw Katrina, and I saw the governor staying at the Capitol, the mayor on some kind of boat, and they didn't like each other or talk to each other, and the guy in FEMA floating around somewhere and nobody knew where he was, Bernie and I both said, this is a disaster waiting to happen.
If I can give any wisdom to anyone about an emergency, we're a complicated group of governments.
The federal government cannot handle a terrorist attack, because it happens at a local level.
There are very, very few federal resources.
It has to have a well-trained local response, but they have to be partners.
There can be none of this, I'm more important than you are, or I'm the federal government, I tell you what to do, and it's got to be a complete working relationship.
The admiration that I have for George Pataki, because he was the governor and he could have said, Mayor, I'm handling this.
George Pataki knew that it was in the city of New York, not in the city of Albany.
And there was one person who knew the city of New York better than anybody else, and that was me.
So take advantage of me.
And the president understood that nobody understood the state of New York and the city of New York better than Pataki and Giuliani.
So why am I going to boss them around?
And I think they had complete confidence in me.
I don't know if it's different when, like, when you take Cuomo and de Blasio.
These are two guys that hate each other.
I don't know what happens then, but I think you have to overcome.
Back then politics didn't get in the way between the mayor's office and the governor's office.
And we owe this man so very, very much.
Thank you, Mr. Mayor.
We will be publishing the whole oral history that we took with the mayor this weekend on our podcast.
Don't miss it.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Those veterans that are still suffering from PTSD, Well, that shocking figure.
of more than 20 a day who are taking their own lives.
What you could do about it.
There are many organizations out there that are supporting our veterans.
One of them that I rate very, very highly is the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
Chad Robichaud, multiple tours in Afghanistan, understands what these men and women are going through.
And we're partnering with them to help them in their faith-based veteran service mission to help those who are struggling with getting back to life as normal, as much as it can be after their combat deployments.
If you'd like to support these veterans who are struggling just simply to function every single day, These services are supplied at no cost to the men and women who fought for us.
Please support the Mighty Oaks Foundation.
It costs $2,500 to send one of these warriors to one of the mighty Oaks ranches for tranquility, to find their center once more.
But a donation in any amount makes a difference.
Please go to my website SebGorka.com and click on the Restore Our Warriors banner at the top.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorka.com and the Restore Our Warriors at the top.
All right, we have two more years, two more years of this insanity.
Are we going to survive?
What is the truth about inflation?
There's somebody called Joe Kernan on CNBC who wasn't going to put up with the propaganda anymore and he challenged the Secretary of Transport, Mayor Pete Boot-Edge-Edge.
Cut 10.
Play cut.
It wasn't named the Climate Act.
You deliberately, and some people would say erroneously, named it the Inflation Reduction Act, and you're celebrating it on a day when, again, we had 40-year highs in inflation.
And you know how that affects people that, you know, on the low end of things.
It's like the most insidious problem that, you know, an economy can face.
And the worst thing about inflation is that it means people are paying too much, by definition, for things.
And what this bill does is allows people to pay less for things.
Really?
Really, that's how it works?
You're going to have champagne parties at the White House while inflation and the stock market are still in a perilous situation?
Let's find out what we should be doing with our good friends at Cornerstone Financial.
John Harvey, welcome back to America First.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Could you help us navigate this perilous situation we find ourselves in?
What is the best hard investment, soft investment?
What DSTs that your company offers, how that stacks up with other things people may be investing in?
What is your advice right now, given the state of the economy?
Isn't that incredible news?
Despite all the Fed's activities and raising interest rates, we still saw inflation numbers raise 0.1%, which is 8.3% year over year.
8.3, just incredible inflation, 40-year highs.
What your listeners need to do is get on the right side of those numbers.
You know, those inflation numbers include both food and shelter.
You know, in our DST multi-family investments, we're seeing rent increases between 8% to 12% per year.
So really, in this kind of inflationary environment, people need to get on the right side.
They need to get a hard asset, not like a stock or a bond, which is a soft asset and so volatile, but rather get a hard asset like real estate that has that cash flow that increases in value together with inflation and with a short-term lease where you can raise those rents right along with inflation and even beat inflation.
So, let's talk about how this compares to the situation in the stock market.
So, this DST, the Delaware Statutory Trust System that you specialize in, it's regulated like a security offering, but what's the volatility in comparison to a typical security?
Is this as volatile, John?
That's an excellent point, Dr. Gorka.
These are real estate investments.
They are not publicly traded like you would in a REIT.
So they are not correlated with the stock market.
They have none of the volatility that you see in the stock market.
They follow much more of the real estate cycles, which is much more dependable, much more long term, much easier to plan and to profit from.
And these are, you know, institutional grade properties like you would find in these are 4500 unit apartment complexes.
You know, it's all the bells and whistles top of class class a multifamily.
Uh properties that your clients are clients can invest in for as little as $25,000.
The investments are, you know, the values of these properties are between 100 to $200 million.
But because the DST structure we can bring down the minimum investment to 25,000.
And in addition to all that, we also have the beautiful advantage of being able to eliminate the capital gains tax through Section 1031.
So you have the best of both worlds.
You have no volatility, like the stock market, yet you have all the tax advantages of real estate.
Fabulous.
All right, you've been doing this for more than 20 years, John.
What's your biggest take-home?
What's the most important thing?
Because, you know, when we started our conversation together, I didn't know about any of this.
I didn't understand about the 1031s, the DSTs.
What do our millions of listeners need to know about why you have been doing this for 20 years and why it works?
You know, we've been going, we've been through the Great Recession, we've been through the pandemic.
Over these 20 years, we have learned so many lessons about investing in real estate and which classes work.
And, Dr. Gorka, people need to be in multifamily.
Multifamily properties, they're undersupplied.
There's been an underdevelopment of multifamily.
As you know, the price of homes has gone way up.
Underwriting for mortgages is very intense.
People can't afford it.
So there's you're seeing more and more demand for these class A multifamily apartment complexes, and that is the best performing asset given a great given the pandemic.
They did very well in the pandemic, and they also did very well through.
The Great Recession.
So that's really the winning asset class and it really helps to beat inflation.
It's a hard asset.
It is tax deferred.

I'm super excited the first time I heard about it.

To the person I spoke to offline, who is a good friend of the show, I know there are good people out there who are protecting us every single day, who are 1811s, who wear a badge and a gun, but I'm sorry, the FBI as a brand is irredeemable after what they did to President Trump, to Barron, to Melania, to Steve Bannon.
I'm sorry, it needs to be... Look, if Dan Bongino says it has to be dismantled, Then it has to be dismantled.

Line 3 on 9-11.
Hi, Dr. G. Good afternoon.
Listen, for 9-11, first off, thank you, thank you so much for doing this commemoration all week.
Here in Orange County, Southern California, there was hardly anything.
There were a couple of memorable events, but with that said, on 9-11, on September 15th, I happened to be on the first flight flying out of John Wayne Airport here in the O.C.
And it was so amazing because I flew for 18 years for Continental Airlines, and I ended up becoming a pilot eventually.
And knowing that when we got on that airplane, because I was going to San Francisco for my birthday celebration, you could only hear the engines.
Nobody was talking.
Everybody was silent.
And once we lifted off in the air, the clap, the cheers, I'm just so grateful that you remembered 9-11.
Thank you.
Well, of course, of course.
And God bless you.
I had no idea you ended up as a pilot.
I'm even more impressed.
Voice for the voiceless, Antoinette.
God bless you.
What an absolute treasure you are.
Thank you so very, very much.
Let's go to Sandy in Arizona, line two.
You've got a minute, Sandy.
Hi, Dr. G. I didn't expect to get on air again, but thank you.
All right.
Why are you calling?
What's up, Sandy?
I'm calling to say thank you, Dr. Gorka.
I love my medal, that medal you gave me.
The challenge coin.
We don't give out medals here.
You mean the America First challenge coin?
Yes, sir.
Yes, the challenge coin.

Divine Providence was clearly operating in the lives of black Americans.
Throughout history, black folks were honorable.
They had integrity.
That's what black people were.
We were never taught that America was bad and that we were not Americans.
We were raised to love America.
Protesters topple a statue of Christopher Columbus.
Hundreds of statues have been vandalized.
You see people trying to rewrite history.
The American people know these names have to go.
Why is that?
Whenever you have something to be proud of, People have less of a chance of controlling you.
This country is racist from top to bottom, from right to left.
And for black people to become a part of that is for them to become, in fact, anti-black, and to hate themselves.
You're a part of my friends!
There is no country in this world that a black person would rather be.

And I'm doing the baronial wave even while on the phone, I promise.
Just be safe.
If you're driving a car, be careful with that baronial wave.
All right.
So you are one of the 40 people caught up by the deep state shenanigans this week.
Mike Lindell was on the show two days ago.
You are an attorney to the president.
Of course, I don't want to get you into any trouble talking specifics, but the Big picture here, Barron.
They must be flailing.
They must be absolutely desperate because they've got nothing else 60 days before a midterm election.
Sebastian, again, thanks so much for having me.
It's such an honor.
And, you know, of course, I'm not going to be talking about myself in any way, because it's not about me.
It's about the American people.
It's about the MAGA movement, and it's about the weaponization of law enforcement against President Trump, the MAGA movement, and the president's supporters.
That's what we're seeing.
Even the New York Times are writing up stories talking about how There's so much caution in these investigations and the DOJ really doesn't know where it's going.
Here's the bottom line.
Here's the bottom line.
It is absolutely the purview of every American.
It is the purview of an American president.
It is the duty of an American president to question an election when it was so visibly and obviously stolen as the 2020 election was.
And no matter how much the DOJ or their cohorts that comment to the media or attack those of us who've been calling it out for now almost two years since it happened, through November 2020, they're not going to be able to intimidate us.
They're not going to be able to intimidate us.
So, proud to stand with President Trump, proud to stand with the MAGA movement.
And, hey, you just saw yesterday Judge Cannon issuing a very smart, very specific, very direct order denying the DOJ, the government, in their motion for her to overturn herself.
But now, based on her order, there's an injunction to use any and all information that was seized in that criminal raid, in the wrongful raid of the Mar-a-Lago, and so they're not allowed to use any of that information, any criminal investigation.
That injunction continues, and a special master has not been appointed.
And hey, the DOJ fought against it, but there's now going to be a judicial oversight based on this order from Judge Kennan.
Of course, may there be an appeal to 11th Circuit, Maybe.
But as of now, it stands in the 11th Circuit as a smart, it's a diligent circle with good judges on it, and it's a discretion standard for Judge Kenneth's decision.
There's no real jurist, radicals not being counted, no real jurist would ever say she in any way abused her discretion.
Quite the opposite.
She did the right thing.
All right, so let's talk about this because this is fascinating.
Julie Kelly has just, I've retweeted a segment of Judge Cannon's ruling that she put on Twitter.
So the judge has appointed a special master who's going to review the 11,000 documents they took from President Trump's home that include personal medical records and his passport.
Tax records.
Yeah, and tax records, and this senior federal judge from New York is the special master.
But you're a legal profession.
You're a political strategist, but you're also a legal professional.
Just this one sentence from the decision that Julie posted on Twitter, I have to get you to react to this.
This is Judge Cannon's words.
Lastly, the court agrees with the government that, quote, the public is best served by even-handed adherence to established principles of civil and criminal procedure, unquote, regardless of the personal identity of the parties involved.
And this is the judge's last sentence here, Boris.
It is also true, of course, that even-handed procedure does not demand unquestioning trust in the determinations of the Department of Justice.
I have one very technical phrase for that last sentence.
Boom!
And no doubt about it.
This judge took the DOJ to task in a pretty significant way, including pointing out the leaking that's happened since the raid.
And, of course, the specific her specific statement that we can't just blindly trust the GOJ and the FBI.
No, you know, an FBI agent was convicted of lying on FISA warrants.
There's been a long history of the GOJ-FBI specifically targeting President Trump and these hoaxes and doing so by being dishonest and untruthful.
And now we're supposed to say, oh, sure, well, you did this wrongful raid, Unprecedented.
Unjust.
Unwarranted.
Unnecessary.
Unconstitutional raid.
But yeah, we'll just trust you with all the documents.
You guys figure it out.
Oh, and by the way, you're already admitting that your filter team is broken and isn't working?
Oh, but it's fine.
We'll just close our eyes.
The judge isn't buying any of it.
And neither are, by the way, the American people.
They see right through it.
Yeah.
Sadly, the administration is doubling down.
This is what Joe Biden had to say about the real threat to America.
Cut 11.
Play cut.
In America, evil will not win.
It will not prevail.
And white supremacists will not have the last word on this venom and violence.
Cannot be the story of our time.
White supremacy.
We now have, thanks to a whistleblower who talked to Kerry Pickett, we're going to have an FBI agent of 33 years on the show in the next segment, Boris.
We now know the FBI has illegal quotas of trying to gin up white supremacy cases and they can't find them.
Is this the only talking point they have for the election?
What is this projection where Joe Biden is the one who's openly, openly praised racist, he's white supremacist, has said racist, deeply disgusting racist things, and there's a lot of darkness in this country.
That's what weaponization of law enforcement and targeting of political opponents is.
And by the way, they all know it.
And speaking of it, in terms of the problems with the FBI, look, just in the last three days.
You've now had two-ish Denchenko, who's going to be going on trial in the Durham investigation with a paid FBI informant, apparently paid to spy on President Trump while he was in office.
And now yesterday's story, Business Insider, no right-up center outlet by any stretch of imagination, about the head of counterintel, the New York Field Office of the FBI, having extremely cozy relations with Russian oligarchs.
That's what the FBI is doing.
That's what it's in its background.
And again, that's called rejection.
Everything they're accusing us of is what they're the ones who are doing.
So when it comes to white supremacists, I have to go to the story of the day, Boris. - Yeah.
We now know that the citizens of Martha's Vineyard, the authorities in Democrat-controlled Massachusetts, have already shipped the illegal aliens from the vineyard to a military base on Cape Cod.
That sounds a little bit white supremacist to me.
It definitely doesn't sound inclusive.
And this whole freakout of Martha's videos has been so hilarious to watch.
It underscores just how cynical, just how pathetic these limousine liberals are.
They've got no idea what's great about America.
They don't believe in America.
They don't care about these illegal immigrants either.
They don't care about it.
They don't want what's best for themselves.
You don't see them opening up Barack Obama's mansion and inviting them in.
No, no, no.
It's all, yo, let's ship them off to a base.
on Cape Cod.
So another very, very, very strong point is showing just how deranged the woke, radical liberals are.
So when are we going to get you back in the swamp, back in studio, Barron?
Well, you know what?
Next week, I'm there every day but Friday.
So maybe we'll do a special Thursday appearance, a pre-Rosh Hashanah appearance.

You've got to listen to the segment earlier this week.
Three Three unmarked FBI vehicles stopped him at the drive-thru, demanded his phone from him, then gave him a piece of paper to say, hey, it's not against the law, but don't tell anybody that we did this.

Yesterday, I discussed a seminal article from an FBI veteran of more than 30 years in the Wall Street Journal that helped explain why the Bureau became so very politicized after September the 11th.
And through the great offices of Mr. G, yes, the best producer in radio.
We have tracked down the author.
He is Thomas Baker, and we are delighted to have him with us on America First.
Mr. Baker, welcome to the Salem Radio Network.
Well, thank you.
I'm glad to be with you.
So tell us a little bit about your career, what you did inside the Bureau, whether it was CT, CRIM, or what your responsibilities were over those 30 years.
Well, I was happy to have, in the good old days, a great long career in the FBI.
I was 33 years in the FBI.
I got to work very closely with former Director Judge William Webster and Director Louis Freeh.
I worked all around the country, the United States, on organized crime matters, mostly in New York and Washington, D.C.
I was the assistant agent in charge of the Washington field office when the attempted assassination of President Ronald Reagan happened.
And towards the end of my career, I was assigned abroad as a legal attache.
That's the title they give to an FBI agent assigned to an American embassy overseas.
And I was assigned in Paris.
So I got to work in a lot of the places in North Africa, which were really hotbeds of Islamic terrorism.
But then I also was in Paris when TWA Flight 800 went down on its way to Paris from Long Island, and that was an eye-opening, great, major investigation.
That's a few of the highlights of my career.
Thank you for asking.
So, I used to teach for the Defense Department a counterterrorism course out of one of our bases in Germany.
I worked for a U.S.
Marine called Nick Pratt.
And one of the things we emphasize, and it goes straight to the heart of your article, that after September the 11th, President Bush, Bush Jr., changed the mission set of the Bureau radically.
He said that, you know, instead of investigating crimes, your job is now to be an intelligence agency that prevents the next attack.
Which sounds logical, makes sense in the debris, the aftermath of 9-11.
But please explain, Mr. Baker, how that radical change in the identity of the FBI made it susceptible to politicization.
Yes, obviously, and as you just said, it was done for very well-intentioned reasons at the time, and it seemed very necessary, and probably it was necessary, but there were unintended consequences, and the difference is the effect of the culture, the culture of an organization, in this case, the FBI.
When the FBI always, always in most of its existence for almost 100 years now, had a counterintelligence mission, the FBI was, they were the people who arrested the spies inside the country.
But it was primarily a law enforcement agency.
It had a law enforcement mindset, a law enforcement culture, and it went about its work as a law enforcement agency working within those parameters.
And let's just make the obvious statement here.
So that means you are investigating crimes after they happened, whether it's kidnapping, bank robbery or so forth.
You are a federal policeman.
Correct.
Correct.
And what one of the fundamental things in mindset or culture is that in a law enforcement agency, when it's working right, You go forward for the day you're obsessed with the truth.
You go forward for the day that you'll eventually have to, whether it's next week or a year from now, stand before a judge or stand before a jury or stand in a grand jury and raise your right hand and swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
So that ethos informs everything you do, consciously or unconsciously.
Whereas an intelligence agency, an intelligence agency deals by its very nature in deception, in deceit, and they deal in estimates, intelligence estimates, which some of us would call best guesses.
It's a whole different approach.
It's a whole different mindset.
So how does that bring us to where we are today, where we see clearly a bureau being used for political purposes, Mr. Baker?
OK, because in this intelligence mindset, they shade the truth.
They do reporting to please their bosses.
And in the particular case of the Bureau, what Mueller did, he put in some things that are familiar to intelligence agencies.
One is very strict centralization.
So in the past, The work of the FBI was done by field offices around the country, and the work of the case agent was reviewed by a supervisor, and then the agent in charge of that field office, and the headquarters supervisors had oversight of the general direction of things after the fact.
So there were numerous levels of review, and other people imposing their judgment.
After September 11th, Mueller brought the September 11th investigation, as I explained in the Wall Street Journal article, into FBI headquarters.
It wasn't run by a field office, which in that case would have been New York or maybe Washington Field, but they ran it in there so it was all centralized.
So you eliminated immediately several layers of review.
Then, in turn, Comey kept that same approach for the sensitive investigation of Hillary Clinton's emails, and then for the Russian collusion investigation, which in the FBI was codenamed Crossfire Hurricane.
And when that happened, and we saw it in Crossfire Hurricane, it's been very well documented now, you had a few people, Peter Strzok and McCabe, and then Comey on top of them, in the FBI headquarters Not only making all the decisions, but literally doing the investigation, bypassing the thousands of good, experienced investigators in the field and doing it themselves.
So Peter Shruck, a deputy assistant director who signed the document opening the investigation of the Trump campaign, a day later got on an airplane and went to London to conduct the initial interviews in that investigation.
It had the same thing happen when they started to look at General Flynn.
They bypassed the agents who were assigned the case in Washington Field, and McCabe sent Peter Strzok and another agent to the White House to interview General Flynn.
Can you stay with us?
We're up against a hard break.
I'd like to continue the discussion in the break.
Will you stay with us, Mr. Baker?
Certainly.
Stand by.
And so what is the danger, Mr. Baker, of having the managerial level from D.C.,
go into the field to execute that investigation as happened in Crossfire Hurricane?
Well, you eliminate levels of review.
Yeah.
Levels of review and levels of just judgment.
People, the human nature, humans themselves, the case agent in the field sometimes gets in love with their case.
They see the virtue in it, they get Emotionally attached to it.
And by the way, this happens in any line of work.
So you have levels of review above that person to kind of be a check on them, question them what they're doing.
When the people who are making the decisions, the ultimate decisions at FBI headquarters, Peter Strzok and people like that, when you have them making, actually conducting the investigation, there's no real review.
There's no real judgment.
And then you get this group thinking they just charge ahead.
And that's what we saw happen.
I want to mention your book to everybody who's watching us on Rumble.
It is The Fall of the FBI.
It can be pre-ordered right now.
How a Once Great Agency Became a Threat to Democracy by Thomas J. Baker.
You can also follow him on Twitter at Bake Associates.
That's Bake Associates.
I've got time for one more question and then we'll continue the discussion on another day.
Mr. Baker, is the Bureau as it is today redeemable?
I hope so.
That is why I'm making, and there are several others with me, making such an effort.
The current director, Ray, and the people around him, they fall back and say that the malfactors, the bad actors, have been fired in each of these instances we see continuing right up to the present day.
They fired all the bad actors.
My issue is they have to stop and think, and look, why does this keep happening?
There is a cultural problem.
And I hope they will address the cultural problem and save the FBI because it's an extraordinarily important organization.
Yeah, yeah.
It's an organization that has definitely lost its way.
We'd love to have you back, especially when the book is released.
Thank you.
Thank you.
God bless and thank you for your taking a stand.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Bye bye.
Alright, stop recording real quick, but don't hand me that.
So you want to post that?
Yes, can you add it?
Yes, yes, of course.
Alright, 80 seconds.
What do you want to call that one?
The moment the FBI was corrupted.
Uh-huh.
This is C. Was corrupted.
Uh-huh.
What are the things like the video from Franklin?
Oh, the B-roll?
Yeah, it's just the one I got straight from their YouTube channel.
It's about a minute and a half long.
You wanna see a bit of it?
Uh-huh.
Playback too?
Yeah, go ahead.
All right.
Do you only have it in B-roll version?
Yes.
Okay, alright.
Then I'm gonna talk about it while you play it.
Alright.
Alright, thank you.
And you've got like a minute, minute and a half of that?
Yeah, a minute and 33 seconds.
Okay, great.
All right.
All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right.
I've given lectures.
I've hung out with NCOs, senior NCOs at Bragg who've had seven, eight, nine tours in Afghanistan, in Iraq.
And in many cases, they come back shattered, not just physically, but also mentally with post-traumatic stress that in the case of more than 20 a day leads them to take their own lives.
What can you do for these people?
You can support them.
You can help them find some tranquility.
You can send them off to some of the ranch retreats of the incredible Mighty Oaks Foundation.
You've heard Shad Robeshaw on our show who's had multiple tours.
He's one of the champions at this organization that's helping these men and women find some peace once they separate from the forces and return to their homes.
It's one of the most blessed things you can do.
Will you support the Mighty Oaks Foundation please?
If you want to recognize and honor those Who've stood on the wall for you and me.
Please go today to my website SebGawker.com and click on the Restore Our Warriors banner.
It costs $2,500 to send these warriors to the Mighty Oaks ranches for rest and recuperation.
They pay nothing.
It is all funded by your donations.
It's a beautiful way to give back to our warriors.
Please, donate whatever you can.
10 bucks, 100 bucks, whatever it is, it will go to a very, very good cause.
Go today to sebgawker.com, that's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, and click on the Restore Our Warriors banner at the very, very top.
Thank you in advance to all of you who are supporting our veterans, our warfighters.
Okay, let's go to your cause.
Mario in New Jersey, line three.
Hello, Doc.
Hey.
I wanted to give some advice to the local FBI agents, wherever town they may be in, to maybe perhaps look up the Carpenters Union and join them as framers.
Because that's all they've turned out to be.
They've become thugs.
They're about as thuggish as Joe Biden is.
Grifter.
And if you don't uphold the Constitution, you're not a law enforcement officer.
Turn your badges in.
And I make exception for those who are whistleblowers.
Yes.
Or anyone who does come forward or refuses to do that type of shenanigans.
Yeah, but I'm sorry, I'm sorry, Mario.
18 whistleblowers out of thousands and thousands.
It's just not enough!
No, it's not enough, and I'll tell you who the real law enforcement is in this country.
It's our brave uniformed officers who get gunned down almost on a daily basis, stabbed, run over.
That's who the real law enforcement is in this country.
Yeah, I really don't know how they do it.
You're absolutely right, how they put on that uniform and that gun and that belt and that badge every single day.
You're so very, very... I think they should take away that privilege that they have about lying to the FBI, because the only people that are lying When you have an interview with the FBI, it is the FBI!
It's sad.
If you look at the case of Mike Flynn, that's absolutely true.
We love your call.
Thank you, Mario.
Stay on the line.
Let's get Mario some of our Challenge Coins, our America First Team Mega Stay Frosty Challenge Coins.
If you're a member of America First, you've got to have a Challenge Coin.
Get yours today.
Yes, I gave mine to my gun dealer, my FFL today.
Picked up a little toy this morning and I said, hey, are you America First?
He said, of course I am.
Well, have a Challenge Coin.
Go to SebGorkaStore.com, our stay frosty patches, the FBI is Biden's Gestapo mugs and t-shirts, everything made in America.
Go to S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, SebGorkaStore.com.
Let's go to Annabelle, a ways away in California.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Hello.
I'm sorry.
I'm going to talk fast because I'm hoping I can get this in.
I want to make a plea to young women, perhaps in college or just entering the workplace, who feel even though they fear inflation and crime and et cetera, They cannot vote Republican because of Roe v. Wade.
I sincerely pray that the day will come when you fall in love and want to raise a family.
Sadly, it is not far-fetched that the government will notify you that you are now required to have an abortion to save the planet through depopulation.
And there will be consequences for noncompliance.
You'll be deemed an enemy, scrutinized, unable to procure a loan, buy a home, get the job you want.
But it's your choice, the words you so covet.
And a concept, ironically, Dr. Gorka, that is antithetical to the left's ideology.
In closing, you can come to my home state of California, my Governor Newsom will gleefully kill your baby.
But that is an astronomically high price tag, because the Democrats, little by little, tick-tock, tick-tock, will kill any control you have over your life.
Young ladies and your mothers and grandmothers, consider this grim snapshot of the future.
It's not a pretty picture.
May God have mercy on us all.
Thank you for your time.
Yeah, just that thought.
It doesn't even sound like science fiction anymore that you'll be forced to have an abortion because, you know, Greta Thunberg and Bill Gates see that as the way to save the environment.
I don't even think that's a massive leap of Imagination.
Thank you, Annabelle, for that chilling, chilling thought.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

For that reason, Carr Firearms is teaming up with us here at America First this year.
Carr believes Americans shouldn't be afraid to publicly stand up for our liberties and our freedoms.
It's...
More than being just a gun enthusiast, this is a very personal struggle as we fight for the soul of America.
CAR wants America First listeners to know they are not afraid to publicly support Second Amendment Friday.
Check out their amazing line of US-made weapons at KAHR.com.
I carry a 9mm CAR.
They also own the iconic line of Desert Eagle and Auto Ordnance 1911s and Thompsons.
Go to K-A-H-R dot com.
If you like guns as much as I do, you love the option to have a giggle switch.
It is the switch that allows you to go fully automatic, which sadly is very hard today.
Regrettably, because of a certain bill that was signed by the great Ronald Reagan, the market for machine guns is closed, and even a very crude weapon like a MAC-10 can cost you now upwards of $12,000, $13,000.
So what do you do instead?
Well, let's put up a B-roll of some amazing inventions that come out of a company called the Franklin Armory.
It's called the Binary Trigger Group that It's not a machine gun.
It fires the weapon when you pull the trigger and when you release the trigger, which allows you to simulate incredibly rapid fire.
I've tested them in an AK platform, an MP5 platform, in a Bruger and Tomet, and it is as good as they say it is.
And that's why we are delighted to have the man with us who is Well, he is Franklin Armory's representative on media.
Welcome to America First, Jay Jacobson.
I'm glad to be here, Dr. Voelker.
You're going to get us in trouble with our attorneys, but that's all good.
What?
Did I say anything that was wrong?
Oh, no.
Just in this day and age, gosh, with the marketing stuff, the left is just after everything these days.
Anything that they can target, they're going after.
And we're seeing it in shipping, we're seeing it in credit cards.
Credit cards, yeah.
Well, we can talk about all that.
We can talk about how they are so afraid of patriots.
But first, let's talk about you.
Let's talk about Franklin Armory.
I'm very impressed.
I met you guys at SHOT Show last year.
What is the genesis?
How did this idea begin?
We can't have fully automatic weapons unless we're super rich.
So how did you come up with this binary solution?
So, uh, as a fireman's manufacturer, we're obligated to know the fine details of the law that we're dealing with and various different laws, both state and federal, that we're dealing with.
And, uh, so we combine that with actually, um, a, a part that broke basically a disconnect or a tip of a disconnector, uh, had, uh, worn down or broke on a particular firearm we had taken to a show.
And we realized that the only way you would find that it was at fault was when you pulled the trigger, it would go bang.
And when you could release the trigger, it would go bang.
And if the customer is not expecting that, then that would be a bad thing.
Of course, you always keep your muzzle pointed down range when you've got your finger on the trigger or even as you're letting off.
But what we ended up doing was we realized that there was case law and letter rulings from ATF That would allow for a pull and release firing system.
Because it's one shot per movement of the trigger?
Exactly, yeah.
One round per function and a pull is a function and a release is a function.
But we knew that nobody wants a gun that just goes from safe to binary.
They wanted a gun that would go from Safe to semi, regular semi, and to what we call binary mode, where it does fire on pull and release.
Not only that, but the ability to negate that second round so that it could safely be, the selector can be modulated while your finger's on the trigger.
And then it'll go to semi when you release the trigger.
It'll reset to the seer.
And can still engage the target if that is still required.
So your system allows you to do all of that because there are three settings.
Exactly.
And this is a trigger replacement that goes into those systems, goes into ARs.
What have I missed out?
So talk to us about the platforms that are available for your binary firing system.
So we make it obviously for the AR, for the HK, for the AK.
For the CZ Scorpion, that one's a pretty big seller.
The 1022, that one is fabulous for low cost shooting.
And, you know, who doesn't have a 10-22 that doesn't deserve a binary trigger in it?
More of those out there almost than ARs.
I think that's the most popular rifle out there, the Aruga 10-22.
And allegedly there might be some other platforms you'll be announcing at SHOT Show.
Super excited to hear about those.
It's FranklinArmory.com.
FranklinArmory.com.
I've tested them.
I certify them.
They are superb and they're a lot of fun.
You mentioned at the beginning, How they're out to get gun manufacturers, even gun owners and gun purchasers.
You've been in the business for a while.
I ask every Second Amendment guest on our show, is this just another regular Democrat anti-gun environment, or do you fear that this is worse than it was under Clinton, for example?
I think it's worse than it was under Clinton.
They're using all the stops, everything they can right now.
It's very difficult to work with UPS.
I won't work with UPS anymore.
Even FedEx is very difficult.
And I could foresee a day where they're going to make it impossible to ship through them, and we'll have to find other avenues.
And for politized loads going to our distributors, that's fine.
But what do you do about the parcel deliveries if they outlaw the shipping of guns that way?
U.S.
Postal Service is an option but there are some flies in that ointment as well.
So there are some significant issues that I'm sure Larry Keene is working on.
Everybody's probably heard about the credit card issue that all those gun purchases are now being labeled on credit card purchases and that's probably a stepping stone to confiscation.
Yeah, if they can't register us federally, they're going to find a way around that.
That's why we have to be on our guard.
We've got 30 seconds left with Jay Jacobson, president of Franklin Armory.
Mr. Jacobson, I don't want you to give away any trade secrets, but I would imagine that the Franklin Armory binary system has been rather popular with customers across America.
Is that a sound assessment?
Oh, incredibly so.
And by the way, I did forget a couple of platforms.
The BNT was one and the ACR was another.
And of course, the one you shot at SHOT Show at the Range Day, which was the Glock 17 variant.
I didn't even want to mention that because I'm still so excited about that.
Guys, there's going to be a system, a trigger system and a slide that allows you to have a binary trigger firing system in your Glock pistol.
I fired it.
It's superb.
Thank you, Mr. Jacobson.

Let's go to Ken, in San Francisco, who's been waiting very, very patiently.
Oh, hi, Dr. Gorka.
Hey.
I wanted to comment on the FBI.
I'm a retired cop, and I worked with the FBI quite a bit back in the 80s.
What kind of cases did you work with them on?
I was a narcotics dick, and the FBI got involved in narcotics back in the 80s.
If you had a case that was big enough, obviously if it went across state lines or internationally, you'd have to bring the FBI in because they had the resources.
And what was it like back then working with them?
I enjoyed it.
They were conscientious.
They were new because obviously they were just getting into working dope.
And we used to joke that they were like a bunch of accountants with guns.
Yeah, that kind of makes sense.
And what about today?
What do you think about them today, Ken?
I think they gotta go.
I've heard this for the last couple of years.
There's a man that you bring on from time to time when you do your interviews.
He's a former military investigator.
Very bright man.
Oh, Chris Farrell.
Yeah, Chris Farrell.
We love Chris.
Chris Farrell, yeah.
And he suggested this probably two years ago.
He did.
He shocked me.
He was sitting in our old studio.
I asked him, what do we do with it?
And he said, you've got to get rid of it.
I was shocked.
But now I totally agree with Chris.
I was too shocked.
But it just gets worse.
And at some point, you just have to realize that it has gotten to the point where it's irreparable.
You're going to have to defund it.
And probably transition over to the U.S.
Marshals, just like Chris Farrell recommended.
And then, you know, allow the good ones to be vetted in another background investigation, and they can go into the U.S.
Marshals.
But you're going to have to get rid of the I think you used exactly the right word there, Ken.
Irreparable.
The FBI is irreparable.
Even if you change the leadership, it has so besmirched its own brand, it is unsalvageable.
Thank you, Ken.
Great, great call and good memory.
Yes, Chris Farrell over a year ago, maybe two years ago.
Next up here on America First, the one, the only, Lieutenant General.
Jerry Boykin.
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
This is organized crime.
In no way, in no time, is that legal.
- This is organized crime.
- Do you have video evidence?
- Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country. - What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.

I can't imagine a better guest to discuss these issues than a founding member of Delta Force, a legend in the military community.
He is now Executive Vice President for an incredibly important organization.
It's the Family Research Council, and we are honored to have with us today Lieutenant General Jerry Boykin.
Shabbat is great to be with you today.
Thanks for having me on.
And you're joining us from your big annual event.
Thank you for taking time to talk to us about an issue that I know is incredibly close to your heart.
When we planned this new series, we didn't know what General Boykin was up to.
But it, of course, is a fabulous confluence that imminently your latest book is about to be released.
Let's put it up on the screen.
Perfect, perfect timing for us.
Courageous, strong and courageous, a call to biblical manhood.
That is exactly what we are going to be discussing today.
But first, for those who are not familiar with your career, how you ended up in charge of intelligence in the DoD, what you did in uniform as well, tell us a little bit about Jerry Boykin's path in life.
And for those who are interested in those kinds of things, your service in Delta Force and What Delta Force really is, as much as you can tell us.
Yeah, thanks, Sam.
I graduated from Virginia Tech in 1970, where I was in the Corps of Cadets.
I played football up there, and I went immediately into the Army as soon as I graduated.
I took a commission as a second lieutenant, and I was an infantry officer.
And I served tours in the infantry until 1978.
And that included some time in Vietnam.
And in 78, I was asked to try out for the Delta Force, not knowing what it was or what it would ultimately wind up being.
And I made it through that and spent 13 years with the Delta Force.
And then after I got promoted to Brigadier General, I went off to the CIA and did a tour at CIA for a couple of years and then back to command all the Green Berets and then the Special Forces School.
I was a commandant of that.
And then Don Rumsfeld brought me up to Washington to serve my last four years as the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and And that was, uh, even though it was in Washington, that was a good way to go out.
And, uh, I learned a lot about the intelligence community that, uh, that I did not know.
And, and, uh, even though I had spent time in that community at CIA.
And, uh, so I've, I've, uh, learned a great deal in that 36 and a half years that I served.
But, uh, more importantly, uh, I have a sense of accomplishment for having Served my country, which means an awfully lot to me and to my family as well.
36 years in the Army.
Tell us a little bit about those founding years, those formative years of Delta Force.
What was the mission and what kind of things were you engaged in?
Yeah, if you remember the Munich Massacre, that's when the U.S.
government started asking questions about, do we have a counter-terror unit?
And the answer was not good.
Jimmy Carter eventually asked that question.
And he said, what if we had to go do what the Germans had to do in Mogadishu, Somalia, which was go in and rescue a plane load of German hostages that had been captured by an Islamic terrorist group right there on the tarmac in Mogadishu, Somalia.
And the answer was ultimately that no, we don't have the capability.
So he said, I want to create that capability.
Well, stop and think about this.
The military does not necessarily look for surgical operations.
The military is about firepower.
But here we were in a dilemma because we had sort of grown up in the military saying, bring all you have and apply it liberally, meaning our artillery, our small arms, our combat aircraft and all that.
And then all of a sudden we're rescuing hostages.
But we can't use all that firepower.
We have to be very surgical in doing that.
And so we had to rely on organizations like the FBI and other federal agencies that had SWAT teams to help us to learn how to scale back in terms of applying firepower.
But our mission initially was to rescue hostages.
But with a broader ultimate capability of counter-terror operations in the broadest context.
That meant finding people and killing or capturing them, which we did a lot of, and they continue to do a lot of today.
And then doing clandestine type work and covert when called by the CIA to support them.
And so we trained for all of that.
But we had no playbooks.
And Seb, I will tell you that we would sit down with our senior non-commissioned officers on a Friday afternoon.
I mean, these were men.
These were really men.
This is a good topic for today.
We would sit down and each man would reflect on his experience in certain fields.
And we would plan next week's training schedule.
Next week's training schedule.
And then somebody would be responsible for gathering all the logistics.
We'd go through that.
The next Friday, we would start again.
And we were rolling our own.
We were doing this without any roadmap whatsoever.
But you know what?
That was a heck of a good way to start because we built not only a training program and a readiness program, but we built a lot of confidence in our own people.
That we could figure things out.
We could problem-solve.
We could do the right analysis and all.
Well, thank you for being part of that initial effort to keep Americans safe and for building it and for all your service.
The focus is manhood today.
I have five questions I ask all my guests.
The first one is, give us a diagnosis.
What is the state of masculinity and manhood today in America?
Where are we at, General?
Yeah, I think we're in a very sad situation.
I think that men are confused today as to what they're really supposed to be.
I think that society has so hammered our men with this notion that, first of all, that you can be a female if you want to, regardless of what your genitalia says.
And that's very confusing, as men are growing up being told that they've got to use the proper pronouns and They've got to address people in the correct way and so forth.
So I think that men are confused today about what they really are, what they've been called to be and what their role is in America.
And I think that's just destroying us.
And you've got these universities like Brown University, and it's not the only one.
It was really the first.
They started teaching the classes called Overcoming Toxic Masculinity.
Masculinity is not toxic when practiced according to the Word of God.
According to the Bible, masculinity is not toxic.
And then if you look at the fact that really the Communist Party USA told us in 1958 in the book, The Naked Communist, that they were going to go after families, but they were going to target the men in order to bring the families down.
So men are targeted today with all kinds of stuff, not the least of which is things like pornography.
Which is separating men from their families.
It's destroying families.
And all you have to do is ask any pastor in the country and he'll tell you that it's a growing problem.
And it's causing marriages to break up.
So that means there are no fathers in the home.
That means that American society is coming apart because the men are being distracted and pulled away from where they should be, which is at home, providing for that family, providing the The book is strong and courageous.
We're talking to Delta Force founding member, Lieutenant General Jerry Boykin of the Family Research Council.

Because together, if we spread the truth, we can save our republic and our civilization.
Part and parcel of being a true man is to speak truth.
One individual who spoke truth at the highest level of our nation was, of course, the great Ronald Reagan.
...your freeze proposals, I urge you to beware the temptation of pride, the temptation of blithely declaring yourselves above it all, and label both sides equally at fault, to ignore the facts of history and the aggressive impulses of an evil empire, to simply call the arms race a giant misunderstanding, and thereby remove yourself from the struggle between right and wrong, and good and evil.
He paid a price for using truthful language, the evil empire.
However, eventually he was proven right and he won the conflict with that evil empire.
Truth has to be part of our commitment as men.
Jerome Boykin, where do you see the biggest assault on manhood?
Is it the first wave of feminism?
Is it the lack of leadership in our churches?
Where is, to use a military term, the center of gravity?
Yeah, I think that it... There's really a couple of things.
One is, I think that the LGBT agenda has become so powerful in America that men are natural targets to go after
Because if you can not only get the men out of the home, but if you can confuse the men enough that they're not fulfilling their role, and I write about the five roles in my original book, Man to Man, the five things that a man is supposed to be biblically.
And if you can get the man to stop doing those things, then you can destroy the family, which ultimately destroys the country.
I think that's the very beginning of this, is really the power and the influence of the LGBT community in America today.
What does it mean for you to be a man?
Can you describe some of those pillars, those five pillars from man to man?
For example, the need to be prepared to protect the vulnerable.
Give us General Boykin's definition of being a man.
Yeah, first of all, a man is called to be a provider.
Now, we obviously understand that a man provides for the fiscal needs of the family, the monetary needs.
But a man provides a lot more than that.
And one of the things that a man provides is he provides direction, provides direction to the family.
And that's in the second book that's coming out on the 21st, Strong and Courageous, we talk about Joshua.
Joshua was my favorite person in the Bible, and Joshua provided something there at the end of his life that it should be a lesson to everybody, and that is Joshua stood up in the desert, led all the Israelite leadership out into the desert, preached his own epitaph, and then he came to the end, and he said to all the assembled people there, he said, choose you this day which God you're going to serve, whether it's the God of the
He was providing direction for his family.
He was providing direction for generations to come.
"or is the God of the Amorites in whose land you stand, "but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." He was providing direction for his family.
He was providing direction for generations to come.
And that's something that families are missing today because the men do not see the need and the imperative to provide that kind of leadership, which means they've got to have a vision, Men provide vision.
So there's a lot more than a man provides.
And then the other thing I'll tell you is a man provides identity.
I know my dad did not have a high school education, but as we would drive 80 miles to my grandmother's house to see his family there, he would review for me who my ancestors were.
And again, I don't even think he realized the power of what he was doing when he was giving me an identity.
He was making sure I knew where I came from and knew who I was representing as the next generation.
So a man provides that identity as well.
A man is also a protector.
And needless to say, I'm a big Second Amendment person.
And my wife is too.
But I have a responsibility to protect what I hold dear.
And that includes not just my family, but it includes my values.
And that includes, for example, the life of the unborn.
I'm a provider.
I'm a protector.
I have to go out and do all that I can I really believe in the sanctity of life.
I have to go out and get involved somewhere.
And let me say to all of your men that will hear this and see this.
One of the things you ought to be looking at right now, based on this ruling by the Supreme Court, is you ought to be looking at how you can help crisis pregnancy centers, how you can help adoption agencies and centers.
The third thing is a man As a battle buddy.
And those of us who have been in the military, we understand the concept of having a battle buddy.
Having another man in your life and you being the man in his life that you can go to when you are confused, you're afraid, you're struggling.
You can go to him and you can talk to him and he's not going to compromise you.
And you're going to be by him.
You're going to stand by him.
And you know, I rode up two men and Black Hawk Down event for the Medals of Honor, because those two men saw their battle buddies go in on the crash of the second helicopter in Mogadishu.
Second helicopter.
They saw them go in.
Randy Shugart and Gary Gordon.
And they absolutely were adamant that they were going in.
It didn't matter how much danger there was on that ground there, with Somalis coming from every direction.
They were going in and they were going to get their battle buddies out of that crash.
No matter what it took.
And they did.
They got them out of the crash.
Unfortunately, they all died.
Except one man.
The co-pilot of the aircraft.
And he lived to tell us the story.
And they got the medals of honor for that.
But that's the kind of intimate relationship you have to have with a man.
A man is an instructor.
That's the fourth thing.
A man's an instructor.
He's a teacher.
And one of the things, and I'm just going to Say one thing here that people may look at me and say, did you say that right?
You need to let your children, as the man of the home, you need to let them endure hardship.
Now, you know, I, uh, I raised three boys and, uh, and I used to get them up early in the morning and I mean, cold days, and I'd take them out and put them in a duck blind and that wind would howl.
And I'd go take them out and put them in a tree stand.
They wouldn't even see a deer all day, but nonetheless, I'd take them up on the Appalachian Trail for days and I'd walk them with backpacks and then weather didn't matter.
And you know that my son made it through one of the toughest ranger school classes in the whole time the ranger department has been operating.
And he told me it was because he knew he could make it because he had endured hardship before.
So we've got to let our kids endure hardship and let them understand their consequences to the decisions they make.
And then finally, the last thing is a man is a chaplain.
A man has got to be a chaplain.
He's got to be the chaplain in the home.
And one of the things that we do when we do our men's conferences, as the chaplain, every man, when his family is gathered together, and his children and grandchildren are with him, every man should lay his hands on their head and give them a father's blessing, a father's affirmation.
You know how many men are running around this country today that have never had a man affirm them? - I have seen it in my son's friend circle, What happens when a young man isn't given that affirmation?
And it is a sad, sad thing.
The book, order it right now, is strong and courageous.
We are talking to Lieutenant General Jerry Boyking of the Family Research Council.
Let me just reiterate what you just said, General, just some of the things that are so incredibly helpful that you've crystallized them for us.
What a man has to be, he has to be a provider, has to be a protector, has to provide direction for his family, a vision, has to provide identity, and has to be a battle buddy and a chaplain.
Incredible words.
It's clear that your father was a large part of who you are today.
Was there anything else or anybody else that was crucial for shaping your understanding of your role in the world?
Was there a mentor?
We had Jack Carr from the Seals tell us about how literature, the great stories of heroism, were very important to him.
Tell us how you imbibed outside of your father your understanding of what it is to be a man.
Yeah, you know, I had a football coach up at Virginia Tech, and he went on, when he left there, he went on to coach at Liberty University, but he was a man that lived his faith and was an example of a rugged, tough man, but he was okay with sharing with you his faith.
And I, at that time, I was not following the Lord, but I was so Impressed by his example.
And I think that he was he was part of what ultimately became my faith journey.
And I think that it all started in the home with my parents.
But, you know, a lot of times you ignore what your parents say, but then you see another man doing exactly what what you know you want to emulate.
You just don't know how to get there.
So I had that football coach and he was a great influence in my life.
You've mentioned faith.
You've mentioned being a pastor.
Can you be a man?
Can you defend our civilization without understanding the eternal truths in the Bible, sir?
Yeah.
Let's go back and answer your question this way.
Look at the history of the founding of America.
Look at the fact that on the 3rd of July, 56 men, 1775 or 76, 15 men, or I'm sorry, 56 men came into Philadelphia to take a vote.
And they voted to separate from the crown of England, which means they took a huge risk.
They drew a big bullseye on their own chest because they were going to be, they were going to be hanged as spies or not spies, but as traitors to the crown of England.
If they didn't win the Revolutionary War.
Now, those men had one thing in common, and that is they were all men of faith.
They did not share the same theology.
They could disagree on a lot of issues.
And regardless of how the media and the modern day revisionist historians try to tell you that Thomas Jefferson was a deist, I suggest you go back and read David Barton's book, The Jefferson Lies.
Which he debunks a lot of the stuff that's told about him.
So those 56 men had something in common, and that is that they were men of faith.
And then you look at the history of America, the Black Robe Regiment, which were the pastors in the colonies that wore the black vestments.
And the British said after the war, if it had not been for that Black Robe Regiment, those colonies would still be under the crown of England.
Well, these were men of faith.
These were men of the cloth.
And many of them, not only did they preach sermons that really set the stage for us to separate ourselves, but they also led military forces.
They led units.
They led regiments.
And John Peter Gabriel Muhlenberg from right over in the Shenandoah Valley over there was a sterling example.
He stood up in his pulpit on the 26th of January, 1776, and he preached from Ecclesiastes 3, and he talked about a season for all things, and he came to the end of his sermon, and he said, The Bible tells us there's a time to preach and a time to pray, and the time for me to preach has gone away.
And he pulled off his black robe, and he revealed the Uh, uniform of a colonel of the 8th Virginia Militia.
George Washington had commissioned him personally only a couple of days before.
He walked out the back of the church, mounted his horse, and he said, Who among you men will ride with me in the cause of liberty?
Now, I don't think anybody should should doubt in at all that the foundations of America were built by people of faith.
Yeah, we've strayed a lot.
We've strayed a lot.
But let it be recognized that our foundations came from people of the Christian faith.
What a wonderful story.

Sadly, General, in the last three years, I've come to the realization, given what America did in response to COVID, that one of the greatest problems we face is simply a lack of courage.
We see what radicals are doing to this nation.
It's not the external threat of communism, it's the internal threat of communism.
We see the deep state using the FBI, the DOJ, to target parents at school board meetings, issue subpoenas against 40 people associated with President Trump, arresting people like Peter Navarro on a misdemeanor and putting him in leg shackles.
What do you say to those who are simply browbeaten by all of this and who say that it's just not worth it?
I can't risk it.
I can't risk my job.
I'm going to keep my head down and just keep quiet.
What do you say to the men out there who say politics, it's just too dangerous?
Yeah.
Let me say a couple of things.
And why?
One is, I thank you for bringing out the point that this administration has weaponized just about every entity within the federal government, and it's very sad.
But this is not the first time.
Obama did the same thing.
He weaponized the IRS, the FBI, the intelligence community, and now Biden has done the same thing.
But that said, Um, you know, if you go back and again, look at military history, um, you'll find out that George Patton made a statement that when you stop and think about it and you apply it to today's world, it's, it's, it's really very true.
And Patton said, moral courage is the most required and the least abundant characteristic in men.
Now think about that.
Moral courage.
The courage to stand for what you believe in.
And then if you go back and look at some of the stories of the people that demonstrated incredible courage, like at Leyte Gulf, when old Red Newman, the battalion regimental commander, jumped up on the beach when they were all pinned down, jumped up with machine guns firing from every direction.
And he said, Get off this beach, follow me.
That's where the infantry motto came from.
Follow me.
That kind of courage does not have to be mustered just in battle.
That kind of courage has to be mustered in everyday life and standing against the evil.
And I'm not here to preach a sermon, but if you look at Psalms 94, verse 16, it says, who will take a stand?
Against this evil for me, who will rise up against these doers of iniquity.
And that is talking to us.
It is talking, not exclusively, but primarily to us men, to find our courage and to stand against the evil in this land.
And too many men, you laid it out, too many men say it's just too hard.
It's just too hard.
I'm going to take the easy way out.
And Seb, that includes pastors.
Yeah.
You just read my mind.
My next question, sir, is going to be, are you satisfied with what the pastors in America did under COVID?
Not at all.
I'm not.
And I think that many of them, I think so.
I think a lot of churches are not going to ever be what they were before.
And many of them are just going to crumble.
Because the pastors did not have the courage to stand.
Look, I'm headed out this week to California to speak at a Calvary Chapel where that pastor, and most of America has heard his name, is Rob McCoy, where he just simply refused to close his church.
And if you look at all these churches that refused to close, they said, no, they might have closed for a couple of weeks.
And then they said, wait a minute, people still need the gospel.
And so they open back up.
And if you look at those churches, what you find out is that just about every one of them has grown exponentially.
And there's one that I spoke in that you just saw this guy, this pastor, his name is Mike McClure.
He was on Fox News last week because he had won a lawsuit where they had fined him about three million dollars because he refused to close his church in San Jose, California.
And when I got out there to speak at his church about a year ago, I said, how many sermons do I have to speak?
He said, you got to speak three times.
I said, oh my gosh.
I said, I didn't realize you were that big.
And he said, well, he said we had about 500 people going into COVID.
He said today we have about 2,500.
Wow.
Why?
Why is that?
It is because he continued to provide spiritual guidance, spiritual counsel, spiritual comfort.
And while others closed up and basically, you know, waited for everything to pass, which if you do that, it's never going to pass.
There's always going to be a reason that you can find not to do the right thing.
And that is that's what I think we've seen happen with A lot of these churches.
Let's start for a moment, talk about since you were commanded Fort Bragg, you're the commandant of the Special Warfare, the JFK school.
I still maintain my relationship with the SWCC school and I'm hearing very disturbing things.
I'm hearing the political intrusion above our war fighters and a distortion of their job.
How worried are you that what we're witnessing on the streets of America is affecting our fighting forces as well?
I'm going to say something here that, and I don't care who is offended by it, but the leadership of our military today is incompetent.
They're just incompetent, because they've given over to a focus on everything but readiness of our military.
You know, Seb, you know, because you've been in the And you know that on the battlefield, the equalizer on the battlefield is unity and purpose.
You are unified.
You're one.
You fight for each other.
And then purpose.
You have a purpose.
You have a real purpose for why you're out there risking your life.
So you don't want a military army.
I mean, a mercenary army.
You want a military that is driven by a purpose, and in our case, that is our obligations to the Constitution of the United States.
And I think that it's really sad now that we are dividing our people up into two groups, And we're telling them all of you over here are oppressors and you over here are the ones they've oppressed.
Does that build unity?
No.
Does that build unity?
It doesn't build unity at all.
Look at the Ukrainians.
Why are the Ukrainians being so successful?
It's not just American technology.
They're being successful because they're unified and because they have a purpose and that purpose is to defend their homelands, to defend the future of their families.
It's fascinating you say that, talking to those who, even the ethnic Russians in Ukraine, now don't want to have anything to do with invading forces from Moscow.
And there's unity between different communities in Ukraine fighting for their country.
The book is, you've got to get it right now, Strong and Courageous.

Two more questions for you, sir.
Firstly, are you an optimist or are you a pessimist when it comes to our capacity to revivify and to save Western manhood and masculinity?
No, I'm optimistic.
And I look at the picture more broadly than just masculinity.
And I look at it in terms of what are people getting tired of?
What are people saying no to now?
And all you have to do is look at the state of Virginia, look at Loudoun County, where mothers stood up and said, no, that's enough.
We're not going to do this anymore.
And it basically turned the entire state around.
I think that's happening with men now, because I'm talking to men at the conferences that we run.
I'm talking to men that are really fed up with what they're seeing.
They realize they're under attack.
They realize that they have personally not been what they were called to be.
So I'm encouraged in that they're recognizing it.
They're recognizing that the biggest lie in the world is a lie that industry in America has bought into.
And that is, regardless of your genitalia, you can be whatever you want to be.
You can be whatever gender or you can be no gender at all.
And that is a big lie.
And we've gotten so much of America to buy into it, but now people are getting disgusted with that.
They're getting fed up with it, and they're beginning to admit that this is stupid, it's insanity, all these pronouns and nonsense is destroying our culture.
So I am encouraged because I see people waking up And looking for somebody to lead.
And that's where the men have got to step in at the family level, at the church level, at the business level, at all levels.
Men have got to step in and take the lead and say, let's work together and we'll get through this.
It's crucial, because if not you, and if not now, then who?
It's up to you, as a father, as a grandfather.
Let me ask you, the last question is, what should fathers, what should grandfathers be telling their sons?
You know, beyond getting them out into the black dine, the duck blind before the sun comes up, in the case of my children, getting them out onto the water at 5am when they were rowing, for their high school in the cold, cold, cold winter.
Give us a piece of advice.
What should fathers and grandfathers be saying to their sons?
You know what I think, Sebastian, this may come as a surprise, but I think the most important thing we can do with our sons and our grandsons is share American history with them.
They miss that in the public schools if they went to a public school.
And it is so important for them to understand who we are as a nation.
And that understanding comes through the sharing of history.
So I say this at our men's conferences, I say, look, read history, read history every night and share that history with your children and your grandchildren and with those that are in your inner circle.
Share that with them.
Don't overlook the importance and the power of history.
And unfortunately, I think that we have a tendency to do that.
We do.
Well, God bless you, sir.
You are an exemplar to others.
Please, please keep doing what you do.
God bless you in all your efforts at the Family Research Council with your ministry and with your latest book.
