Thank you.
Where are the good men?
Where are the brave men?
Where are the serious men of courage?
Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
They have a new permutation, the latest iteration of the state-sanctioned burglary on Mar-a-Lago.
They've returned to what they alleged three weeks ago.
That now it is nuclear secrets again.
First it was a disagreement with the National Archives over classified documents that simply had to be returned to the archivist.
Then we were told it was nuclear secrets!
The launch codes!
When that was deemed Too far-fetched and just hilarious, just absurd!
We were told it has something to do with the Espionage Act.
Now, I guess they're in trouble.
I presume the speech, the fascistic, diabolical, red-tinted, militaristic speech from outside Independence Hall It didn't go down well enough with the focus groups after that senile old corrupt individual gave it.
So now they're returning to the old story.
The FBI found secrets to do with another nation's nuclear capabilities.
Huh.
So first it was ours.
It was American nuclear secrets.
And now it's somebody else's.
And that pathetic little stupid person, Matt Drudge, in his stupid little hat, has on the front cover of his page, Don Had Nuke Codes.
No, Don Had Nuke Docs.
Question, was he selling?
Was he selling?
Because he's short of cash, right?
Donald Trump needs the money.
The guy who gave back his paycheck to the taxpayers every quarter because he didn't want to take money from you, the American people, as president.
These people are truly scum.
Even Bill Barr has revealed himself for the utter swamp creature he is.
We're going to show you those video clips later in the day, but first things first.
Let's break this down for a second.
So it's not our nuclear secrets now that he was supposed to have at Mar-a-Lago because why did he have them there?
What does he need them for?
Starting World War III without the nuclear football?
So now it's another country's nuclear secrets.
A. Who cares?
B. Which country's secrets?
There's only 10 avowed nuclear nations out there.
Israel doesn't admit to having them.
But of the nuclear nations that are out there, like China, UK, France, India, Pakistan, what document would he have?
And why is it a problem?
Dan Bongino, a buddy of mine, former Secret Service agent, former NYPD cop, has had a great theory.
It's a smokescreen.
It's garbage.
It's a letter from Lil' Kim in North Korea, which is a nuclear nation, that President Trump kept as a memento.
Now, I have no evidence to that theory to support it, but it's very plausible.
I think Dan might be on the money.
But even if it is, again, so what?
And selling the secrets?
What secrets?
Do you think President Trump has taken home the nuclear fissile design plans for India's nuclear weapons?
For what purpose?
They're desperate.
The prosecutors in New York have just filed against Steve Bannon.
He's going to surrender himself to the prosecutor's office today, allegedly.
On a case that he was already pardoned for, in which he was accused of bilking money from people who were donating to a veterans foundation to build the wall on the southern border.
Because likewise, Steve Bannon, who's still making money from a deal where he gets a percentage on every Seinfeld episode that's ever played in the world, he's short of cash as well!
On an issue that was so close to his heart, building the wall.
He's definitely going to want to screw Americans over on an issue to build the wall.
Where are the good men?
Where the people are going to stand up and say, no, we're not going to allow this to happen.
President Trump.
And this is just an empirical statement of fact.
I dare anyone, I don't care who you are, Noam Chomsky, that homophobic scumbag, Joy Reid, Lawrence O'Donnell, the STOP THE HAMMERING LUNATIC!
I don't care how rabid a leftist you are.
You come on this show, you call the number 83333 Gorka, and I challenge you, give me empirical data that counters this statement.
Thank you.
Donald Jonathan Trump is the most investigated man in American history.
Special prosecutor with 50 agents, two impeachments, Southern District of New York, January 6 witch hunt committee of Congress.
Six, six stinking years of investigations.
At the highest level of federal government.
The intelligence community.
A man who was spied upon before he was president by three U.S.
intelligence agencies under crossfire hurricane.
And what's remarkable?
Nothing, nothing stuck to him.
The most innocent and the most investigated at the same time.
There is no one, no one who has had the force of the most powerful intelligence community and judicial and law enforcement system in the world arrayed against him for years on end.
No one who could have ended up without one prosecution for anything, the most minor of crimes.
Now don't get me wrong, they will generate something.
Some spurious obstruction of justice garbage.
Do you remember the ten theories of crimes he committed that were appended to the Mueller report because they couldn't get him committing any crime?
So, well here's some theories about what he could be charged with but we can't charge him with them because there is no evidence.
Don't do that again.
They'll make something up.
But it won't be over selling nuclear secrets.
Because there is one thing that defines this man and everybody who votes for him based upon the MAGA fascism as it is now labeled.
He loves America.
You love America.
I love America.
And that's your crime.
You dare to go against the ideology, the narrative, Of the quote-unquote elite of the Democrat Party.
America's bad!
It's a new empire.
It's colonial.
It oppresses.
It's too white.
That is why, if you love it, you are the enemy of the state.
You are the clear and present danger.
Not those who are the true extremists.
Which are the Democrats.
Stand steady my friends.
The assault will continue and we need to be a war against the true extremists.

So I saw a story yesterday where I read the headline and I thought this has got to be from one of those fake news sites.
This is just clickbait.
This can't be real.
Let me share it with you and see if you agree.
Exclusive, the FBI secretly pressured Americans to waive away their gun rights.
And I thought, nah, it's got to be clickbait.
Well, it wasn't clickbait.
It's from the Daily Caller, and we've got somebody who is seminal to getting that story out there.
He is the Director of Federal Affairs for an amazing organization every listener of this show should be a member of.
It is Gun Owners of America, Aidan Johnston.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you for having me back on.
I appreciate it.
So, what happened here?
What did the FBI do?
This is, I understand, in the last few years between 2016-2019.
Set up the story for us and walk us through it because it just sounds too outrageous to be true, Aidan.
It's outrageous, but it's absolutely true.
The story I'm about to tell you is basically minority report.
Back in 2019, Gun Owners of America found out that the FBI had a secret form whereby you could sign it and they would put you in the background check system, meaning you could not purchase a firearm legally, you could not possess a firearm legally at the federal level.
So, GOA did a Freedom of Information Act request.
The FBI was unresponsive.
And we've been suing the FBI for the past three years now to get more information.
Basically, the FBI was going to people's homes, was going up to American citizens and pressuring them into signing a form.
This form said that you were mentally unfit to own a firearm under federal law.
So that way you wouldn't be able to purchase one, you wouldn't be able to possess one or anything.
And at the same time, you would have a doctor sign the form saying you were mentally fit to sign the form.
How could you be mentally unfit to own a firearm, but mentally competent to sign the way you're done right?
But hang on.
Let's step back a bit.
So congratulations on getting the story out, okay?
And the call board is absolutely exploding, so don't go anywhere, Rick, Dan, David, and Brent.
So who did they pick, and on what context?
Because if the FBI knocked on my door and said, hey, will you sign this form that says you're incompetent to have weapons?
I'd show them the door.
So who were these people?
How were they picked?
Did they have prior interactions with the Feds?
Do we know anything more about the setup for this insanity?
So we know a little bit about the individuals in question.
Some of them made threats online.
Some of them just said stuff in public.
But what's really revealing about the people that were being disarmed by the FBI are the comments from the prosecutors and from the agents that were involved in these cases.
So when GOA received these reports, received this information during our FOIA request, There was also information from the agents who spoke to these people who said that AUSAs, federal attorneys, declining to prosecute these individuals because they did not think that they posed a danger to whoever they were threatening before, or FBI agents who did not think these people were a danger to themselves or others.
Some of these people in the FBI's documents said that they never owned a firearm, that they had no intention of purchasing a firearm, that they never intended to carry out an act of violence, and yet the FBI still pressured them into signing a form to give up their gun rights.
So, the thing that makes little sense to me is the cost-benefit.
The FBI had to invest time and money, sent these agents out.
Do we understand the genesis?
Where did this harebrained scheme of, you know, pre-crime and minority report attitude come from?
Do we know the genesis, Aidan?
So, GOA is continuing to demand answers and accountability from the FBI over this incident.
We do know that most federal forms are supposed to go through a particular process.
They're assigned a form number, et cetera.
This form, as far as we can tell, was distributed to multiple FBI And so, you know, we are demanding that the FBI, you know, release more of this information and tell the American public, what were you doing?
have those same form numbers that every federal agency's form is supposed to have.
So it doesn't appear like they were using the correct process to implement this form.
And we have more questions now than ever before.
And so, you know, we are demanding that the FBI, you know, release more of this information and tell the American public, what were you doing?
Why were you disarming Americans and asking them to sign their rights away?
Well, God bless gun owners of America for getting to the bottom of this Please join today.
The NRA has lost its way.
It's gunowners.org.
That's gunowners.org.
Aiden, do we know, is the FBI still doing this?
What is the status of this pre-crime treatment of American citizens?
So interestingly, we first broke this story in 2019 in Ammo Land News, and according to an FBI spokesperson, just told the Daily Caller that in late 2019, they also stopped using the form.
So as soon as GOA held them accountable, Apparently, reportedly, they have stopped using this form.
However, we don't know what's happened to these people who were disarmed.
Are they still in the NICS database?
Are they still prohibited from owning a firearm?
The FBI has a duty to rectify that mistake, if indeed they have stopped using this form.
Last question.
Every time there's a Democrat administration, we're worried about what's going to happen to the Second Amendment.
People see this as just a cyclical thing.
I think this administration is qualitatively worse in terms of the threat they pose to our Second Amendment civil rights.
Do you concur?
Is this just another Democrat administration, or is this much, much worse?
This is the greatest assault I think we've seen on Second Amendment rights in decades.
There's been a major new gun control passed by Republicans and Democrats together, Cornyn Murphy.
The Biden administration is registering hundreds of millions of firearms per year.
They're about to ban nearly 40 million pistol-braced firearms.
This is an unprecedented assault on the Second Amendment, and gun owners have got to fight back.
All right, that's why we have the latest products we do at our web page.

We'll be back with your calls here on America First.
What's the situation with braces?
What's the latest?
Oh, my goodness.
So over this past weekend, there was a document that came out, it's on the government website, someone dug it up.
And it references the final rule.
It talks about amnesty registration for pistol brace weapons.
So is it going to make them a class three?
Or is it a new category?
What what are they proposing?
They're proposing that everyone that has a pistol-braced firearm should register it as an SBR, and that it was always an illegal short-barreled rifle, so you need amnesty in order to register it.
Maybe they're going to waive the $200 tax, maybe they're not.
But, you know, oh, thank goodness they're going to waive the tax so you can register your lawfully purchased firearm.
It's absolutely insane.
So what action are you guys taking?
What actions can we take?
Is there any place where comments can be registered?
What's the plan of action?
So for that one, it's a little bit weird.
We found out because they're updating the Form 1, the making form for NFA firearms.
You can comment and say, don't change this form, but that's not really going to help too much.
Really, we have to wait until the final rule comes out, and then GOA will be filing a lawsuit to enjoin that rule.
And sort of the comment period has already passed.
Thanks, buddy.
But obviously, if they had ruled out in the proposed rule, they ruled out amnesty, and now here they are proposing amnesty, that is certainly something we'll be raising as a violation of the Administrative Procedures Act when we get to that lawsuit.
All right.
Will you keep me updated?
For sure.
Yeah, we'll keep you updated.
And that's a great story that will really speak to the base.
Thanks, buddy.
All right.
You guys have a good one.
Thanks for having me on.
Thanks.
I need to record.
Can you just record a couple of Midas Golds, Alex?
Sebastian Gorka here, urging you to consider converting your cash savings and a good portion of your investments into gold with Midas Gold Group, because if you're a conservative or MAGA supporter, the rhetoric coming from the acting president is appalling.
Biden has called companies and individuals who support MAGA policies extremists and semi-fascists And it's only a matter of time before the administration controls our finances with digital currency.
Biden already signed an executive order preparing for digital currency with 87,000 new IRS agents who can monitor our every transaction.
I recommend calling veteran-owned Midas Gold Group to safeguard your wealth with physical gold before it's too late.
Gold is private and traditionally holds its value when economies crash.

8-0-5-6-0-1-6-thousand.
Alright, so that's the first one.
You can call that rhetoric.
And then we'll record the next one, currency, in the next break.
Alright.
I'm doing Patriot Mobile at the top here.
I'm doing Patriot Mobile at the top here.
I'm doing Patriot Mobile at the top here.
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
I try to give you as many of the answers as possible from my wheelhouse, national security, geo-strategy, but some things, TDS, I just don't get.
TDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome, it's real.
There's a guy called Thomas Ricks who made a name for himself as a national security author, big books, kind of sycophant for David Petraeus.
This guy, listen to what he says about you.
This is Thomas Ricks on MSNBC Cut 11.
I think that there is a 20% of America that basically is white nationalist.
That in recent years felt permission to act out on that.
And were given permission by the President and the Republican Party.
20%.
20% are white nationalists.
Can you name me one of them?
A real host would have said, can you name me one?
One of the millions you've just slandered?
They're mentally insane.
A man who had a modicum of a reputation has been driven insane by those who love America.
If you want to know how bad the left's plan for the next generation for your children is, just look at the reaction in Texas to the work of Patriot Mobile at various school districts.
The left has gone insane.
They're losing their minds.
Why?
Because Patriot Mobile is supporting Patriots and Conservatives, because they're the only Christian Conservative cell phone company in the nation.
That's because they take a portion of your bill and fund Conservative causes and candidates who believe in the sanctity of life.
The First Amendment, the Second Amendment, and they are winning!

72728 7468 or just go to patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A Let's go to your calls, Rick in Los Angeles.
Rick, welcome to America First.
Oh, thank you so much, Dr. Gorka.
I wanted to respond to your mentioning, you know, Barr and Matt Grudge, and it still baffles me.
You know, you think that the swamp is maybe cleaned, at least from conservatives and the Republican Party, and these things come out and one shakes their head at the turncoats that exist on the right And what it says to me is that old saying about a politician.
What's the first thing a politician does when he gets in office?
He wants to get reelected.
Correct.
And he puts that.
Exactly.
All of a sudden, his constituency and what they want has nothing to do with his personal ambition.
And it looks like Republicans and conservatives, you know, some of them at least, It doesn't matter.
They'll stab whoever it is they need to in the back in order to get ahead.
And it's really sad and disgusting.
You're absolutely right, Rick.
Thank you for the call.
Let's listen to one of those backstabbing swamp dwellers.
This is the man who served in President Trump's cabinet.
Here's the Attorney General.
Second time he done so.
This is Barr.
Cut seven on his take on... No, actually, cut eight.
It's even more diabolical.
Cut eight.
He seems to know everything about the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Play cut.
The opinion, I think, was wrong, and I think the government should appeal it.
It's deeply flawed in a number of ways.
I don't think the appointment of a special master is going to hold up, but even if it does, I don't see it fundamentally changing the trajectory.
In other words, I don't think it changes the ballgame so much as maybe we'll have a rain delay for a couple of innings.
How do you know?
How do you know what documents they took?
Do you have a man on the inside?
Why the hell don't you let an independent special master investigate?
Because you are Deep State.
Let's go to David in Orlando.
David, welcome to America First.
Dr. Gorka, thank you for having me on your show.
I got a chuckle when you mentioned Stay Frosty.
That's from an FX TV show, Justified.
And there was a bigger... It's actually from something that way, way predates Justified.
It's from one of my favorite science fiction movies, Aliens.
But that's not why you called.
David, why did you call?
Well, Sons of Anarchy was a bigger cult following.
And when the leader of Sons of Anarchy, they found out that he went against the MC, They took the Sons of Anarchy tattoos and they blackened over them.
And John Fetterman has his right forearm blackened over.
And if I were running against John Fetterman or I was voting in Pennsylvania, I would want to know, what does that tattoo cover?
Is it racist?
Were you part of some type of cult?
What other organizations or tattoos you have across your back?
Because I work for a law enforcement agency in a non-sworn role, and they want to know everything.
What tattoos you have?
Back to my junior high school days.
So, I think if I were Dr. Oz, I would ask him to disclose what is on his form, what other tattoos you have, and find out what they signify.
That's an interesting question.
We're waiting to get Dr. Oz on the show, but I haven't heard that about Fetterman's tattoos.
I think he's got bigger problems than his tattoos, but I appreciate the tip.
Thank you, David.

Let's record another Midas, this is called Digital.
Sebastian Gorka here.
More than ever, it's critical to convert your cash savings and a good portion of your investments into gold.
We're the only gold company I recommend, Midas Gold Group.
Why?
Because those pulling the strings behind the Biden administration want to know everything about your finances.
They had Biden sign an executive order preparing for a digital currency.
Midas Gold Group sees tyrannical implications, especially for MAGA supporters.
Digital currency will record all your financial transactions.
With 87,000 new IRS agents able to monitor your accounts.

Welcome back to America First.
Hi Sebastian, thank you so much for having me.
So we need to talk about the Darth Vader, Emperor Palpatine speech from Biden last week in Pennsylvania.
We need to talk about the insanity of what's happening in California.
The completely fake news job figures.
But first, student loans.
You're getting a little bit feisty.
What plans does JCN have when it comes to the student loan boondoggle?
Yeah, so our legal action fund is considering and looking at all our options from a legal standpoint to challenge this really bailout.
I won't even call it forgiveness, but it's really a student loan bailout.
And, you know, we know it's going to hurt the economy.
It's going to exacerbate inflation, lead to increased taxes.
We also know that it's not fair.
I mean, from a moral standpoint, it's just not fair.
You think about the millions of people who have gone to college, taken loans and paid them back, but also the people who chose to not go to college and maybe became an entrepreneur or a plumber or a carpenter or a hairdresser.
Those people are now going to be asked to shoulder almost a trillion dollars worth of bailout money, basically.
And then there's the reality that it doesn't solve the problem.
It will not solve the problem.
And there's a report out that says we'll be exactly in this spot five years from now, because it will only encourage universities to increase their tuition, and it'll encourage more students to take out larger loans.
And so we're going to challenge this.
We're going to look at how we can challenge it.
We've put together a legal team of experts to help us look at what the options are, but we need the administration to actually take an administrative The original problem was government in the loan business for students.
basically so we're waiting for them to do something so we can look at what our options are the original problem was government in the loan business for students that's why we have the inflated costs and now they're just making it worse so don't get me started All right.
Jobs figures.
They told us they made 10 million jobs.
It's weird.
Being allowed to go back to work is not my definition of making a job.
So tell us about the latest job figures, Elaine.
Well, look, Sebastian, on the surface, you know, the administration has the advantage of just a great headline, 315,000 jobs added to the economy.
It is a great headline.
But you just have to scratch a little bit lower beneath the surface and look at the labor force participation rate.
And that's how many people are being counted in the labor force right now.
And we've got almost three million people just sitting on the sidelines Not being counted as unemployed, and we haven't returned back to the full labor force participation rate since before the pandemic.
And so if you actually applied our labor force participation rate before the pandemic to today's numbers, We actually would have a 40% higher unemployment rate as a result.
So your denominator would be obviously a bigger number, and that would result in a higher unemployment rate.
So it's a little deceiving.
It's a little smoke and mirrors, and they have the advantage of just giving a headline number.
You see what I have to explain to help people understand that the labor force part, we really are on shaky ground there, and we need to look at how to fix that.
Well, above all of that, the figures, the data, the statements, you have this speech last week from Independence Hall.
You support the people that really make America tick, but when you hear that the man who's putatively the President of the United States Labels, 74 million Americans, semi-fascists, a threat to America.
A lot of the businesses you represent are run by the people that he's smearing, no?
So look, what I found, first of all, last week's speech was ridiculous.
It was ominous.
Visually, it was ominous.
It was divisive.
You know, that seems to be the tactic of this administration.
And frankly, the entire Democratic Party is to be divisive and divide us in any way we can, create victims and then divide us.
But it is ridiculous to have a president who claims to be a great uniter get up and give a speech like that.
But what I find with our small businesses is they're not political.
They simply understand what policies help them with their businesses and create jobs.
And what policies hurt them?
And what they're telling us is that the policies like the Inflation Reduction Act and the threat of higher taxes and now this student loan bailout, which is going to exacerbate inflation and high taxes and high energy, those things are hurting them.
So this administration continues to be completely tone deaf to the very people that are creating the jobs and helping to bring this economy back.
Lastly, we're going to focus on what's happening in California with our special guest Jen Horne in the next hour, but when you look at just the unrealistic demands put on Californians, does this presage what the Democrats will try to do everywhere else in America?
I mean, I think California, Jennifer Granholm said they should be the model state in the country for what everyone should do.
I think they're the model state in the country for what everyone should not do.
You know, it's amazing to me.
The governor has basically outlawed gas powered vehicles by 2035.
That's not a transition.
That's an abrupt stop.
Stop that is not how you transition smoothly so that people aren't hurt and they're simply telling people.
Oh, we're gonna do this But please don't charge your EV vehicles right now because we can't handle the load anymore on on the system.
So That's ridiculous.
I'm kind of an all-of-the-above person And I believe in creating a vibrant market whereas consumers we can choose and if I choose to buy an EV or if I choose to buy a gas-powered vehicle That's my choice, and whoever makes the best product at the most affordable price is probably going to be the one that wins, right?
That's the way it should work in a real free market.

Hello, who's this? - Yes.
Hello?
Line 2?
Yes.
Yes, who's this?
What's your question?
Jeff from Los Angeles.
Okay, what's your question?
What's your comment, Jeff?
Um, I heard you talking about the guy who said that he estimates 20% of the country is white nationalists.
Yes.
Yes, I'm not sure where he got his information to come... From his ass, that's where he got it.
Okay, so my question is, what do you think the actual number is, and what do you think a suitable number is?
What do you mean suitable?
What do you think is an acceptable number of white nationalists in the United States?
That's a stupid question.
Well, no, I mean, if you say it's not 20 percent... What do you mean suitable?
What kind of dumb question is that?
What's a suitable number of communists?
None!
None is suitable.
Well, you might not have the same opinion about white nationalism that you have about communists.
Oh, go to hell.
Go away.
Bye bye.
Right, let's do some KRLA promos.
Not enough time.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Hi, Dr. Gorka.
In your opinion, would you please tell me, do you think that the Constitution, especially concerning the Fourth Amendment, needs some kind of transparency clause to the extent that bearing false witness needs some kind of transparency clause to the extent that bearing false witness in the oath or affirmation can be identified and challenged in the transparency to the extent that specificity is plainly stated so
You're not being very clear, Dan.
You're making super run-on sentences.
Can you make a very simple statement about the Fourth Amendment?
Of course it is!
So just look at all the redactions regarding President Trump.
I mean, that's an end run around the Constitution.
It's an end run around the Constitution.
Of course it is.
Of course it is, because the DOJ is the most corrupt agency in America.
So how can we make that not happen in the future?
We're not going to change the Constitution.
The Fourth Amendment is clear.
We have to step up to the plate.
We have to drain the stinking swamp and get patriots in control of those agencies and flush the FBI down the toilet.
That's what we have to do.
Great question, Dan.
Let's go to Brent, line one, waiting very patiently in Los Angeles.
Thank you, Brent.
Hello, Godly Soldier Gorka!

Hope you feel better real soon.
I feel absolutely superb today.
Thank you, Brent.
Great.
And yesterday was the 50th anniversary of the 1972 Olympic Munich massacre of 11 Jewish athletes by the Palestinian Liberation Organization.
And the PLO, then led by global terrorist Yasser Arafat, would transition into the Palestinian Authority, which now is led by the illustrious Islamo-Nazi Mahmoud Abbas, who helped organize the Olympic massacre.
And today, Mahmoud Abbas is Biden's ally and Democrat peace partner.
Adolf Hitler also early on supported and promoted jihadi genocide and funded it, not only to murder the Jews, but one day to turn around and murder the Christians.
Yeah, for those who aren't familiar, I'm going to break in here because we're up against the clock.
There's actual photographs.
You can see that there were Nazi battalions.
Battalions of Muslims recruited from the Balkans that were used by the Third Reich.
So this idea of Islamofascism has been around for a long, long time.
And thank you for that reminder about the Munich Massacre.
Yes, indeed.
A somber, somber reminder.
Thank you for your patience.

Good.
Hey, Eric, how you doing?
Doing all right.
Just telling the guys here, I was getting texts from my mom earlier today with screenshots of those alerts about how you must use low energy now.
Oh, I'm so fired up.
I decided that I'm going to use my small social media following to take on Gavin Newsom.
He's a punk.
Let's get him.
Yes.
My favorite thing in the message is basically, you have to do all these things because we failed.
Now you deal with this problem.
Well, the sad thing too, I was talking with some friends about it, so you can turn that up a little bit, guy.
Is that, they still think this, even this probably won't be enough to change voters' minds in time for November, unfortunately.
No, and the one other story that I sent to Seb today that's huge is the Fast Food Council.
Did you hear about that?
Uh, I think I did.
I saw headlines about it, yeah.
So, get this.
He's going to unionize all the fast food workers.
And the only reason he's doing that is to pay back the unions, which are the only reason he survived the recall in the first place.
So now there's going to be like 557,000 more people that they can try to get to join the SEIU?
Oh boy.
It's ridiculous.
It is such a scam.
Mic's off.
20 seconds.
Yep.
All right.
And today and tomorrow afternoon after 4 p.m.
in particular 4 p.m.
please turn your thermostat up to 78 degrees or higher and avoid to the extent possible using any really large appliances.
Yeah, because I know that's what you're doing in your mansion.
Right, Gruesome Newsome?
Welcome back.
I'm Sebastian Gawcombe.
This is America First.
It's time to check in with the person who's going to give us the ground truth on what is happening in that formerly paradisical state that is California.
Host of the morning answer and the IE answer.
AM 870 the answer and AM 590 the answer.
Jennifer Horne, how's your thermostat?
It is set not at 85 degrees.
I can tell you that because I'm not a crazy person.
I'm not wanting to create my own sweat lodge at home.
I am going to keep my air conditioning just where it's at.
But before we even jump into this, on the very surface, for those of you who are listening to this program, you missed the video.
But if you're watching on Salem News Channel, you'll see Gavin Newsom sitting in front of this microphone saying that you need to turn your thermostat up.
You need to be at 85 degrees.
Seb, what was he wearing?
Did you notice?
He was wearing a big sweater with the California bear and a hat with the California bear.
So Gavin Newsom, first of all, only has four outfits.
He's like a Ken doll.
He's got the suit, he's got the open collar shirt, he has the open collar shirt with the jacket, and then his natural disaster outfit, which is what he was wearing to announce that we were going into flex alert mode.
But it's like a velour track suit that he's wearing.
Now you can't tell me if it's 115 degrees in Sacramento right now, which is what it is, that he doesn't have that air conditioning just cranking and he's so cranked that he's actually chilly and wearing his jacket.
I mean, come on!
The guy doing the video, he's wearing his jacket and telling the rest of us to turn our air conditioners off.
Help me out for those of us who live in normal states or commonwealths like I do.
What is a flex alert?
Because I keep seeing these things being posted all over social media.
What is a flex alert and what does it mean for the average decent Californian?
Well, if you go to the gym, a flex alert is what you do when you take people to the gun show, when you do the little bicep curls.
Oh, the little Charles Atlas pose.
When you give me the Hulk Hogan muscles, that's a flex alert for some.
But for us in California, a flex alert means that you can't use power.
You have to unplug devices.
You have to take things out of the wall.
You can't use your air conditioning past a certain level between 4 p.m.
and 9 p.m.
typically because that is their high usage mode.
Now, It gets you thinking.
Just a week ago, we were together and we were talking about Gavin Newsom's big edict that everybody in 2035 needs to have an electric vehicle and that they won't even sell gas-powered cars in California anymore.
So what's going to happen?
Summer's not going to change, despite the best efforts of climate enthusiasts and cult members.
Summer is summer.
It's always summer.
It always gets hot in August and September.
So does that mean that people aren't going to be able to go to work because they're going to be able to call their boss and say that they weren't able to charge their cars up?
I mean, it's absolutely ridiculous.
But I have to ask you, I mean, you live there, so let's walk through this.
So they ban them.
So what is it going to be?
Is it going to be like, Cuba?
Where the old gasoline cars stay on the streets for 60 years?
Or is there going to be this incredible industry of black market?
Hey, you wanna buy a 92 Dodge Ram?
I've got a 92 Dodge Ram.
I mean, what's gonna happen in California?
I think the market for used cars is just going to be incredibly, incredibly expensive.
Already, it's hard to find a good used car, and I think that is just going to go up.
I think people are going to really hold on to their gas-powered vehicles for as long as they can, and maybe even people from other states will want to come in and make sales to people in California.
We're going to be like the Patsy's, just looking for a gas-powered vehicle.
But, you know, the problem goes even further than just the future of, you know, how we're going to plug in these electric vehicles.
Yesterday, I'm sitting in my office, minding my business, and all of a sudden my phone starts just screeching at me.
Now, sometimes that means there's an Amber Alert, but that's the notification that went off.
And I want to read to you what came across on my phone.
I've got it right here.
I took a picture of it so I could share it with the world.
It's got the red triangle with the exclamation point and it says emergency alert severe.
Conserve energy now to protect public health and safety.
Extreme heat is straining the state energy grid.
Power interruptions may occur unless you take action.
Turn off or reduce non-essential power if health allows now until 9 p.m.
So that's their flex alert.
We've had eight days in a row of these.
And notice that they say it's up to you to prevent a power outage.
That to me means it's up to me to prevent a power outage because they failed in Sacramento and in the management of the state.
We don't necessarily have just an infrastructure problem.
We have a management problem.
They are not creating enough energy here to serve the people of California because they're all dependent on wind and on solar.
And thankfully for the firefighters who are battling fires in Southern California right now, There isn't a lot of windy conditions, so you don't have that going for you.
The reason the flex alert starts at 4 p.m.
is because the sun is starting to go down earlier because we're moving into the fall, so all of their solar is not going to work at night.
And this is why people are left to You know, sweat to death in their homes between four and nine because there isn't enough energy that the state has saved up.
So you've got a major, major management problem.
They want to close all the nuclear power down.
There was a big debate this week.
They just, and to Newsom's credit, fought to save Diablo Canyon, which is the last nuclear power site.
But they're so busy serving these climate nuts that they've let the state go.
We are lucky that Oregon is not having this heat wave because we're taking our power from them right now.
But again, and I apologize for, I think every other week you come on I ask you the same question, and I guess this is why we get you on, not just to tell us the stories, but to give us the ground truth of the reactions of the people of California.
If they hear, for example, what the Energy Secretary said yesterday, when she says, California has to be the model for America when it comes to energy, and you're getting these flex alerts every 13 seconds, does the average Californian say, yeah, that's right, we should have flex alerts for 300 million people?
Or do people say, California sucks when it comes to energy?
Do Democrats have a problem with flex alerts?
You know, it's really interesting.
So all I can do is tell you what I'm hearing from my social circle.
And I went a little crazy posting some things about this last night on Facebook and on my Instagram.
I decided to get rid of punctuation and just let it fly yesterday.
And I talked to my mom about this, who happens to be a liberal and voted for Gavin Newsom, although I think she voted to recall him, which is a good thing.
But she even said it's time to get new people into these positions.
They are failing us.
The people on my social media pages, who are not necessarily card-carrying members of the Republican Party, say it's time for new leadership.
And here's the thing.
They push it so far that it's like a boomerang where things start to come back.
Is it enough to make change and recall Gavin Newsom?
Well, there's another story today that we can talk about that explains how he's able to hold on to his power in the state because he's got this pay-to-play scheme that has been uncovered by people over at Open the Books, which is a really interesting story.
Tell us, tell us, tell us.
But just real quick, just to wrap up this powers out, I think people are tired of being penalized.
I mean, there are 4 million people in L.A.
County who are not allowed to water their lawn because there's a crack in the reservoir right now.
Do you know how expensive it is to replant your landscaping and not be able to water your lawn or your flowers or your fruit trees for 20 days?
They're going to shut down the water for these 4 million people?
It's touching everybody.
This isn't a Republican problem.
This is an everybody problem.
And for these climate folks who are pushing Gavin Newsom in this direction and the state managers, you know, they're they're incentivizing solar, which has the blood of Uyghur Muslims buried deep inside of it.
I mean, these these solar panels are not without issue themselves.
So it's interesting to see.
These are one of the issues that touch everybody and it wakes them up.
But Gavin Newsom, If you're ready for this, Open the Books is a great organization that has gone through and started to audit California, and they found that Gavin Newsom is doing paybacks on all of these big companies and corporations in California that have donated to his campaign.
Companies like Kaiser Permanente and Anthem, all of the AT&T is another one on the list and they're taking tens of thousands of dollars, hundreds of thousands of dollars from the state of California and then they mark certain amounts of money to give back to Gavin Newsom's campaign.
And this isn't illegal?
Not in California.
It's perfectly legal.
And Gavin Newsom has been exploiting this.
And you add into the mix the no-bid contracts, which are very much in effect in California, which is how the ruling class enriches themselves.
Dianne Feinstein, the senator, her husband's made billions of dollars off that bullet train that's going nowhere because he had the contract on it.
And I don't know if you heard about the Fast Food Council.
Well, we're going to talk about that next.
We have so many stories.
Hang on.
He's winning.
He's using this stuff.
He's doing a little bit of shady business.
We're going to talk about the latest insanity when it comes to fast food in California.

How's your mom feeling?
She's good.
She goes to the hip doctor tomorrow.
She's still, you know, in pain, but hopefully... Have they worked it out?
No?
Next step is for her back surgery and then they're just seeing if she needs a hip surgery as well.
So, how are you feeling?
Today is the first day, I feel.
I had a little twinge yesterday.
Every day was like getting, you know, whatever.
But today, absolutely nothing.
Which blows my mind.
It's two and a half weeks, you know, after having somebody root around in my gut for two and a half hours.
And it's just modern medicine.
It's just crazy.
Just crazy.
I'm really glad.
So you feel good?
You know, I feel great.
I feel great.
And, you know, not having my little baby bump is even better.
That's what has made my mom feel better, easy for me to say.
The one friend of hers from school, what's happening?
I'm just here.
I want to frame you up a little better.
Oh, we're getting framed up.
One of her friends from school has, I guess, had the same surgery that she's supposed to have on her back.
And he said within three days of a major back surgery, he was feeling so much better.
Wow!
So that has given her some really good hope that... Well, that's what I'm hoping a certain engineer here will do who had the same problem I have, who has been postponing it for a few years.
Right, John?
John, get fixed.
He totally wasn't listening.
He was that busy at work.
He was that busy?
Well, we'll shame John into getting the surgery as well, because if it worked for me, it'll work for him.
That's right.
Gotta push it back in.
Yes!

Newsom can't set his temperature above 78, because otherwise, the hair gel would melt and cause him to oil slick in Sacramento.
It's true.
Whenever I see his face, I just feel like vomiting.
The guy is just... It's gross.
He's a Batman villain, I keep saying it.
And he wants to be president.
Oh no, of course he does.
Of course, skulking around the White House when Biden's away.
Those ads against DeSantis in Florida, he obviously wants to run.
So vomitous.
It's so gross.
Alright, I want to talk about that fast food thing, but first I want to... No, we'll talk about that first, then we're going to talk about Hillary, alright?
Perfect.
Because the fast food thing is actually bringing in more union members, which is why that's how he saves himself.
Of course.
Of course.
Yep.
80 seconds.
Got any more titles in mind, Seb?
What do you need?
Um, Johnston, Graham.
Parker, do we want to post that or keep that to Vimeo?
Vimeo.
Oh, okay.
But you gotta tell me when you post them to Vimeo, because we need to forward them.
Right, I always send the links to Geoff.
Okay, good.
Yeah, yeah.
Alright, so... For Aiden... The FBI.
One minute.
FBI deploys... Pre-crime... Weapon.
And then for Mike... Trust, or...
Maybe Brexit?
Who is Liz Truss?
What's so funny?
What are you laughing at, Horn?
Can we trust Truss?
Can we?
Oh!
There you go!
Is she trustworthy?
No, no.
Can we trust Truss?
Can we trust Truss?
That's good.
Give her a percentage.
Give Jen a percentage.
I'll send you my invoice.
Can we trust Liz Truss?
10%.
Can we trust Liz Truss?
Constitution, America first.
Do you want the good, bad news?
Which do you want?
The bad or the good first?
Here's the good news.
We get to choose our presidents.
Kinda.
Here's the bad news.
We've got two more years of this clown in the White House.
If you thought the baby formula shortage was the biggest issue, just you wait till things really get bad.
Do you have a plan B?
I have a plan B. Do you know the average supermarket has only 72 hours worth of stock in the stockroom after that?
It's shot.
If we have a real supply chain, Problem?
It's gonna be up to you.
I've got two months worth of food for my family.
Why?
Because the biggest supplier, it is Patriot.
My Patriot supply is on the line and they have covered my needs.
I will never be in a situation where I can't feed my family.
What about you?
They are the best.
They're the biggest.
Their food lasts for 25 years and right now, if you hang with me, you'll get $250 off your three-month supply of inflation-beating emergency food, which by the way is a rather Delicious.
My Patriot Supply is the best.
Don't be caught out being incapable of doing what is your primary responsibility, which is providing for your family.
Go today to preparewithgorka.com.
That's preparewithgorka.com.
Be the person who can always provide.
Prepare with Gawker.com.
All right, somebody who can't provide except for his cronies, the mutual backscratchers, is of course gruesome Newsom, the governor of California.
Jen, what is the latest diabolical plan that is going to affect fast food in California?
But keep that guy in power!
Yeah, it has nothing to do with fast food, unfortunately, but here's the story.
On Monday, Gavin Newsom goes out on Labor Day and he says, oh, we're going to sign this bill that the state legislature brought to him, and essentially it creates a fast food council.
Now, that doesn't seem so It's a little Orwellian.
Why do I need a council for my burgers?
For your nuggets?
Exactly, I'm on the Nugget Council.
So he signs this bill and what it does is it ensures fair pay and health and safety response from these big Restaurant chains all across the state of California now you would think why would we need a fast-food council when already there is a minimum wage which by the way is $15 and up throughout the state of California depending on the county that you're in and There's already OSHA which goes in and makes sure that everything is safe They have all of these hoops that they have to draw to jump through already
But, you know, Newsom says, OK, we need this and it's going to raise the price.
Now, the minimum wage for these workers, it's essentially unionizing them.
The minimum wage for fast food workers will probably go up to about 22 bucks an hour.
Now, that's crazy.
And it's going to raise prices and it's going to eliminate jobs because McDonald's is not going to take a loss.
They're going to bring in iPads to take your order.
It's like the McDonald's that's literally across the block from our studio.
It really pisses me off.
There's like one human in the back flipping burgers, and then there's these little kiosks out front.
It's like, really?
That's what you want?
It's just robots?
That's what's going to come next, right?
Because these companies aren't good enough, where 22 bucks an hour is actually pretty darn good money.
So I was thinking about it, and we were talking about it on the air, and it hit me as I was leaving the station yesterday.
The reason Gavin Newsom's Survived the recall.
Remember, I was so hopeful about this recall, and he was doing well, and Larry Elder was in the race, and everybody scratched their head about how he could make this swift recovery.
Well, it was because the unions got involved, and the unions were pressuring their members to go out and walk, and to collect ballots, and to engage in ballot harvesting, and all of these kind of shady propositions.
Well, what this is is a huge payback to the SEIU, the union that helped save him during the recall, because now there are like 550,000 plus fast food workers in the state of California, and every single one of them is going to be eligible now to join the SEIU, and they're going to have 22 bucks an hour and every single one of them is going to be eligible now to So, of course, for them, it's going to make sense to have the protection with the union.
And so what has Gavin Newsom done?
He's taken a union that's suffering, bleeding members because these unions have become so political, and given them half a million more people to go after to add to their membership.
It's a racket.
It's an utter racket.
But if they get a fast food council, I want to be on the milk chocolate council.
Can I?
Because that's that's something I understand.
All right, let's ruin everybody's mood today.
She's back!
The Harridan from hell, giving interviews, denying that she's running.
Yeah, right.
And along with her daughter, Chelsea Clinton.
that have a podcast or a TV show called Gutsy.
Hillary, not a good title for your TV show.
This is her reaction, and let's just put it in context, the woman who stole 33,000 classified emails.
This is late night alleged comedy.
Chelsea and Hillary, cut four.
How easy is it to walk out with boxes of classified documents?
That was wonderful.
It's also, wait Jimmy, it's the plural that kills me, right?
Not just one box or one document.
Boxes and thousands of documents.
Does he know what he's doing?
What would you do with that?
Is it for the presidential library?
Well, usually when it comes to presidential libraries, everything is in the archives.
We have a national archive and record administration where everything goes and then it gets transferred to a presidential library.
At least that's the way it used to happen.
Now he's got his own stash in his basement.
Yeah, I guess.
I mean, that's what we're finding out.
It's unbelievable.
So we're talking about two boxes.
I am just curious, because you must have moved house a few times.
In college, that was my job.
I was a house mover.
I moved families.
How many boxes would it take to move 33,000 emails?
If it was one page each, 33,000.
How many boxes do you think that would be, Jen?
I think that'd be quite a few boxes.
More than two.
More than two.
Yeah, absolutely.
You know, this whole thing really infuriates me.
This is the latest from the left.
Hillary Clinton, you're seeing her talk about that and laugh, even though she and her husband literally stole from the American taxpayers, stealing lots of merchandise that was not hers from the White House.
Furniture!
Furniture!
From the White House.
Silverware.
Absolutely.
They had shoved everywhere.
They took stuff from the White House home with them.
So it's really kind of low class when she herself engaged in all kinds of nefarious schemes.
But, you know, I heard Marco Rubi.
I have to give him credit because sometimes we love Marco.
Sometimes we don't.
But I have to give him credit because he reminded people on Fox and Friends this morning.
He said, that the National Archives, in a letter form, sent a letter to Donald Trump and said, "Hey, we know that you have these documents and we're working on getting them back, but we think there might be some classified documents that you have in your custody.
Please make sure they're safe and locked up in a safe spot before we can come and collect them." How to keep them safe before we can come and collect them?
Turn into an FBI raid.
It is absolutely political.
They knew that these documents were there.
They executed this just to make him look bad.
The National Archives were having a conversation with him about returning certain items.
They had already taken some of those items.
Why wouldn't they have taken These very scary classified documents when they were there the first time.
And now you're hearing Hillary Clinton's cackle.
Joy Behar on The View yesterday made me go apoplectic.
She was talking about how, well, you know, Trump loves money.
He was probably trying to sell these.
How she can say that with a straight face when the only person who has sold influence and power that we know about is sitting in the White House right now, Dementia Joe, selling his influence using his son Hunter.
You're talking about the president who actually gave his taxpayer-funded paycheck back to the American people, right?
You're making me really angry.
Sorry.
I put down a Hillary Clinton, you raised it with a Joy Behar.
She's Jennifer Horne.
Follow her right now, at Jennifer Horne.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Your call's next here.
833-33-Gawker.
That's 833-334-6752.
833333 Gorkovitz, 833334 6752.
Do not touch that dial.
Jan, have you seen Uncle Tom?
No, I haven't yet.
Was it good?
Can I send you a link?
It is bloody amazing.
Please do!
They were going to send me a screener.
I haven't gotten it yet or maybe I didn't see it in my emails.
But please send it to me because I want to watch it.
I'm texting it to you now.
We watched it last night.
It is bloody good.
It's better than the first one.
Did you watch My Son Hunter yet?
No, I've got the link.
We're going to watch that tonight.
Good, good, good.
I was going to say I can show that.
They're so stupid.
They're not putting out DVDs.
Wait, really?
And nobody who is old and old enough is going to be able to figure this out.
And I told Alex, I said, dude, it's cool to have a streaming service, but what happens when they nuke your streaming service?
Yeah.
And also, just for technology's sake, there are plenty of people who would like to see it who don't want to deal with streaming.
So, I don't know.
I hope it works, because I hear it's great.
I was supposed to go to the premiere last week, but I had something else come up, so I couldn't go.
But, yeah.
We'll see how it goes.
Dobby's been good.
I'll send you Uncle Tom.
Watch it.
All right.
I will.
All right.
Thanks, guys.
Best to your mom and dad.
I'll give you my book report after I finish it.
See you, Jen.
Bye.
Bye.
Oh, boy.
Jeff.
I want a full court press on Uncle Tom.
I want everyone that we can invite to come on.
So get Tatum for a couple, get Larry for a couple, and if the director's doing interviews, get the director.
Maybe we want to try to get Carson?
I know he's in it.
Yeah, we can.
Yeah, sure.
Whoever we can.
All right, um, title for Jen.
Hang on, um, I'm gonna do Uncle Tom next.
Yes.
So, um... Have the b-roll of that.
What can we come in with?
Uh, come in, come in with five, then I'll do Uncle Tom, okay?
Five.
For Jen, did you notice what Gavin Newsom is wearing?
Don't forget to remind Grant that he has to get a Second Amendment guest.
Yes.
I'll let Jeff know he's fielding a call right now.
Okay.
90 seconds.
That is unfortunate about my son, Hunter. - Sure.
I know, it's just so silly.
I mean, if nothing else, like, DVD players are becoming rarer, but, like, I have a PlayStation 4, and you can play DVDs on that still.
And as a backup, right?
Oh, 100%.
Physical copies.
Like, my physical copy of Inception, because you know they're gonna change Ellen Page's name on, like, future, uh, re-releases of it.
So, like, yeah, I got this one.
I got this piece of history.
One minute.
And it's just cool.
It's like a collection of books.
You have a lot of DVDs of all your favorite movies.
45, coming in with the Oz cut.
I saw a report the other day, though, that an NBC reporter admitted Oz is kind of winning the messaging battle because he is forcing everyone to talk about Fetterman's health.
But is that him or is that conservative media?
His campaign. His campaign.
His campaign.
Alright, last one very quickly.
Will you support Mitch McConnell for leader if you're elected?
I look forward to being in the United States Senate and having to make that decision for the next leader of the United States Senate.
It will be a Republican.
But you can't make it tonight?
Not gonna make it tonight.
That's Oz!
That's Dr. Oz!
That's fascinating.
Is Mr. G on the line?
Is he out there?
Is he having one of his usual afternoon naps?
Wake him up.
Hey, what's that about?
That was Dr. Oz on Fox refusing to endorse Mitch the Turtle!
I actually think that's good.
No, I agree, but aren't you surprised?
No, because he knows he's got to get the bass now.
He's got to turn it around.
You're so cynical.
Eric, how cynical is Mr. G?
I mean, he's arguably the most cynical member of the team for sure, so I am quite surprised.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Are you surprised?
Are you a fan of Oz or not, Eric?
Where do you stand on the Dr. Mehmet Oz?
More often than not, I trust President Trump's judgment, and if he says Oz is the guy, then I'm willing to support him, and especially against an absolute creep like Fetterman.
Are you surprised by what he said on Fox?
I kind of am, yeah.
I mentioned to you earlier today before we started the show that McConnell did actually host a fundraiser for Oz and Hershel Walker.
So the fact he's willing to not say right away, that's a good sign.
Because if Oz isn't willing to support McConnell, then McConnell's done.
I find that fascinating.
But of course, he's right, Mr. G. Mr. Cynical G is right.
He's got to now flip it and get the base.
Hey, when is he coming on the show?
Are they still mucking you around, Mr. G?
Next Friday.
Oh, there we go.
Are you ready, guys?
Oz on the show.
We got Youngkin, and we're gonna get Oz next.
All right.
Um, I saw... Oh, gosh.
All right.
I don't care that it's made by buddies that are close to Salem.
Larry Elder, one of our former hosts.
My wife and I watched Uncle Tom, the sequel, last night.
It's absolutely stunning.
It's one of the best documentary films I've seen in years.
Just the first, just a pre title sequence, just the first four minutes of, of images of black families in the fifties will blow your mind.
And then what you see for the next 40 minutes, it doesn't matter what your skin color is.
You will be so, Angry.
You will be outraged at what the Democrat Party has done to Black America.
What they had, and what was taken away from them.
It's incredible.
Alright guys, you've got to watch it.
I know Hunter Biden, my son Hunter, is out today.
You've got to see that as well.
But I can testify to you, this film, it's a game changer.
I want as many people to watch it Spread the word.
Watch it yourselves.
Spread the word.
Order the DVD for friends.
It's a crime, what they've done to America, and especially black America.
Truly a crime.
Right.
It's Uncle Tom 2, the sequel.
It's by Larry Elder.
Got some amazing names in it.
It's available now at SalemNow.com.
Do not hesitate.
That is SalemNow.com.
Watch it tonight.
Spread the word.
It is a total political game changer.
Okay.
Waiting very patiently in Louisville.

Let's go to Gary!
Gary, welcome to America First!
Brother Seb, it's always a pleasure talking with you.
It's been about maybe, this is about my fifth call with you.
It's been maybe six or seven months since I've called you.
And while you were talking, you made a comment that was so powerful, it immediately brought me to a famous Sports figure that we're all familiar with.
And that is Babe Ruth.
And that's in reference to the president.
Because a lot of people, when they look at Babe Ruth, they remember that he's big on the home runs and the RBIs and all the real big stuff.
But a lot of people are not aware of the fact that he also holds another big thing called strikeouts.
And I think that's where the president runs supreme And I believe the Lord put you above Bill Barr because I did not even know that Bill Barr made that statement about the innings in reference to the special master.
He made that comment, and you said that while I was holding.
I didn't even know he made that comment.
Well, he just made it yesterday.
Bill Barr said that he doesn't see why there has to be a third-party independent arbiter of the documents they took, which tells you everything you need to know.
He's deep state.
He's deep state, Gary.
I think it's a compliment to you.
I think it's because the Lord is putting you... I'm very proud of you, Seb, and I know I'm not the only person in this country, because you've had a very amazing stance.
You've done a lot of incredible things for you, and I think this is just another example Of God putting you above a very big, powerful person.
And I'm just, you know, I'm excited for what you're doing.
You've got a lot of things.
That's too kind.
It's too kind.
It's not about me.
It's about a team.
But I appreciate your kind comments, Gary.
Together, we have to take back the Republic.

Patriot Mobile is on the side of those taking back this nation.
They've supported some amazing candidates.
Yeah, Patriot Mobile on Texas school boards, and they're winning, and the left are going insane because phone companies aren't supposed to do that.
They're not supposed to fight for America and our children, but that's Patriot Mobile, the only Christian conservative cell phone company in America that shares your values.
Don't fund your enemies like I did with Verizon that surrendered my records to Nancy Pelosi's J6 committee.
Switch today.
972 Patriot.
You can keep your old number, use my name to get free activation, special discounts for veterans and first responders.
They have the same nationwide coverage, and guess what?
They're funding things like the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, and conservative candidates at school board meetings.
How cool is that?
Go to patriotmobile.com slash Gawker, or call 972 Patriot.

Okay.
Alright, what have we got?
We've got Alum.
Alum, nice.
Is there any article on that story in the rundown?
Um, which story?
Oh, the bill.
Oh, I need the bill number as well.
The bribery one with Blackburn.
Yep.
Is it in here somewhere?
It should be in there, yeah.
It was in the rundown.
Two and a half minutes.
Alright, you want the mics on?
No.
Oh, mic's off.
M3. M3. M3. M3.
Thank you.

But now, we've got to talk to the man who is on the trail every single day of the Big Tech overlords, the fascists of Palo Alto.
He is the author of the book, deleted, sorry, hashtag deleted, Big Tech's Battle to Erase the Trump Movement and Steal the Election.
He is the Big Tech maven investigative reporter at Breitbart.com, Alan Bakari.
Welcome back to America First.
Hey Seb, good to be back.
Thanks for that intro.
Alright, so we're going to post the article right now so people can see what you've written at Breitbart.
It's about Marsha Blackburn and her resistance to this thing that sounds so lovely.
The Journalism Competition and Preservation Act.
JCPA.
Not the JCPOA.
The Iran deal.
They're so stupid.
They're actually naming it almost the same as the Iran deal.
But why is this bill Well, in a nutshell, what this bill does is it enables more collusion between big media and big tech, which is, of course, the worst trend we've seen in Silicon Valley, the elevation of the legacy media, the failing legacy media that has deluded the American public so often with hoax narratives like Russiagate.
The purpose of this bill is to create a media cartel What is the cover?
What is the smokescreen?
What is the justification there?
I mean, we already have a cartel in social media.
forces to pressure the tech companies essentially for whatever they want.
So it's going to lead to more elevation of the mainstream media and social media companies algorithms.
And it's going to lead to, in concert with that, more suppression of their competitors.
So what is the cover?
What is the smokescreen?
What is the justification there?
I mean, we already have a cartel in social media.
So what is the explication?
What's the justification for creating a mainstream legacy media cartel that can leverage the cartel of the social media?
Is it blatant or is there some kind of fake justification?
Well, what the media lobbyists are telling senators is that, you know, Facebook and Google has destroyed their business model and they're struggling for money.
It's all nonsense if you look at the revenue of the biggest media companies who will all benefit from this bill.
They're doing better than ever.
In fact, they're consolidating their position, buying up all the small, local, independent news companies that media lobbyists are saying this bill will protect.
It's actually going to protect the companies that are buying them out and taking them over.
And the reason they want this is simply to give the force of law to what they already do, which is pressure tech companies to give them more revenue, to give them handouts, and to give them special favors in their algorithm, boosting them over their competitors.
So like many bills that we see, the bill actually is the exact opposite of what it says, it's terrible for competition because it elevates legacy media companies over independent voices.
It elevates them over sub stack writers, over podcasters, over YouTubers.
You know, those guys get no protections in this bill and they won't be allowed to join this exclusive club of media companies that the bill will create.
But on the face of it, it's patently absurd.
It is the social media, the new platforms, that saved the legacy media.
If it weren't for, you know, the clickbaitiness, then the old broadsheet newspapers would have died long ago, Alan.
Oh, of course.
Tech companies have gone even further than that in favoring the media.
Google and Facebook have poured billions of dollars into propping up the legacy media.
Facebook gives them special privilege on their algorithms.
Google does the same thing.
We leaked to Breitbart News a couple of years ago a YouTube search blacklist that showed YouTube going in and adjusting their search results manually in response to complaints from journalists.
And when they made those adjustments, The result was that links from mainstream media channels on YouTube were elevated above independent voices of ordinary citizens.
So they already give the media massive advantages.
But obviously media lobbyists are not going to stop.
They want even more.
They want the Senate.
They want Congress to endorse what they're doing.
So you don't need to be, you know, the senior tech guy at Breitbart.
Do a little experiment.
I worked this out five years ago.
Pick any topic.
I don't care what the topic is.
The latest kidnap story, whether it's the shortage of baby formula, doesn't matter.
Just pick a random story and then put it into the Google search engine and then Go and find the first story about that event from a conservative source.
I guarantee you, you will not find one until page three or sometimes page six.
That is how they suppress.
So give us the latest, Alam.
Please follow this gentleman at Libertarian Blue.
It's at Libertarian Blue on Twitter and the book is hashtag deleted.
So, the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act, what is the status of it?
How close is it to becoming reality?
What are the odds now?
What do we need to do?
Well, you know, at Breitbart we've been getting statements from senators all week.
Josh Hawley came out against the bill yesterday.
We just had a story up on Senator Tillis coming out against it.
Senators Blackburn, Rubio, Senator Cotton, Senator Mike Lee, these guys are all opposed to it too.
But they have had some supporters, you know, Lindsey Graham backs it, John Thune backs it, because from the perspective of some of these Republican senators, you know, they've got newspapers in their home states coming out and saying, hey, we need this.
We need our handouts from big tech.
And some of them are listening.
But I think it's a huge mistake for Republicans because they're essentially trying to bail out the same mainstream media that has been calling their vote as insurrectionist and extremist for the past two years.
And the status is it's going to mark up in the Judiciary Committee tomorrow, the Senate Judiciary Committee.
And after that, maybe it'll pass committee.
And if it passes committee, maybe Schumer takes to the floor.
I would say it's 50-50 at the moment.
I think the voices of voters talking to their senators is going to make a real difference because you have so many senators who are weighing the decision right now.
Right, it is a midterm election year.
Let's put the pressure on everybody out there.
Please just dedicate.
Will you give me and Alam 15 minutes of your time today?
Please look up the number.
For your senator, look at the number for your representative and just call their office.
It means a great deal to just let your voice be heard and tell them that the Journalism, Competition and Preservation Act, the JCPA, must not be supported by them.
That is your voice pressurizing them to keep media less biased And it already is.
Thank you, Alan.

Thank you.
Thank you.
Oh, I knew this was coming.
I was waiting, Peter, when you were gonna ask me that question.
Trump stole an election.
I was waiting, Peter, when you were going to ask me that question.
Well, here we go.
You tweeted Trump stole an election.
You tweeted Brian Kemp stole an election.
If denying election results is extreme now, why would it be that?
So let's be really clear.
That comparison that you made is just ridiculous.
I have been... Well, you're asking me a question.
Let me answer it.
I was talking specifically at that time of what was happening with voting rights and what was in danger of voting rights.
That's what I was speaking to at the time.
Why?
Because you're a Democrat, black, lesbian, immigrant?
You're allowed to say elections are stolen?
Is that why?
Are you a racist?
Corinne Jean-Pierre?
But if you're a Republican, you can't say that?
That's just a question I'd like answered.
Let's go to your calls.
Oh, by the way, don't forget Mike Lindell under assault.

John in Michigan, line one.
John, welcome.
Hey, Dr. Gurka.
I keep hearing about these movies, these Uncle Tom movies.
I have not seen them yet.
I plan to.
But it's not, doesn't seem like it's getting down to the black community, especially the inner city black community.
And I wonder why they're not doing a better job of marketing it and having some states people, some people that can relate to the inner city black community.
How do you know they're not doing a good job?
Because I'm not hearing about it.
Do you live in the inner city?
I'm not hearing about it.
No, I don't, but I travel to it all the time, and I grew up in the city of Detroit.
I wouldn't be so sure.
I wouldn't be so sure that they're not doing a good job, but we're going to have everyone involved with the movie on the show one after another, so I will ask them that question.
Thank you, John.
Frank Pittsburgh.
Welcome, Frank.
Yeah, hi, Sebastian.
How are you doing today?
Hey, my question was, are you guys worried in the conservative media and any prominent conservatives that the Democrats might try to make a move on arresting guys like the Night of Long Nights or Kristallnacht?
Well, they've already done it to Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon.
What do you mean?
What I'm talking, I'm talking on a massive scale.
On a mass scale?
I don't.
I mean, I don't put an eye for that speech he had.
Billy, I don't put nothing past them.
I don't.
I don't put anything past them.
If you're going to label 74 million Americans extremists and fascists, of course not.
And that is what they're trying to do and dehumanize.
But mass arrests, I don't think we're quite there yet.
But of course, with these people, anything is possible.
Next up here on America First, a very special one-on-one on conservatives.

We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
This is organized crime.
in no way, in no time, is that legal.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
2,000 Mules.

If you enjoy this show you understand what my passion is.
It's the long form.
I love doing the three hours of daily radio and we've got to provide the breaking news and commentary on what's happening in the...
Insane world we are living.
But for me, my true passion is to get to the the crux of the issue.
To talk with the real experts, the real newsmakers, and to provide that long-form content that is so not understood today.
Somebody who does understand it is the co-host of something called Red Pilled America, and we are delighted to have him with us today for the whole hour.
Patrick Karelchi!
Welcome to America First one-on-one.
Thank you so much for having me, Sebastian.
I really appreciate it.
Now, your better half is not with us.
I know it's a busy week.
Schools are starting.
We'll get her on the show, but until... She would love to.
She would love to.
Her name is Adriana Cortez.
Yes, you've got to, before I do anything, Red Pilled America, okay?
Right now, subscribe to it.
There is, I will say right now, There is no podcast like it.
There is no podcast like it because it's done by people who understand the power of stories and it's about real stories and it's real stories for Americans who love this nation.
Is that fair?
That is fair.
Thank you for saying that.
Yes, we're audio documentaries.
There is really no one like us.
There's some great storytelling podcasts out there, though, I should say.
Our American Stories on Your Salem, within Your Salem Network, is a great storytelling show.
Ours, sometimes we'll take four or five episodes to tell a story, anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes.
We do some deep dives.
And you know, we've been doing this since 2018 we were kind of really worried that the conservative movement wasn't talking enough about storytelling and and the storytelling industry and the power of Being involved in the storytelling industry to impact culture.
So we launched it in 2018 after we did a series of Stories and articles for Breitbart News.
We actually created a podcast and From that 2017, and it went really well.
And we decided, hey, why don't we turn this into a weekly format where we're just constantly pumping this message into the American bloodstream about the importance of storytelling to impact culture.
And so much of the mess that we are in right now is because the conservatives have kind of allowed the left to monopolize these American cultural institutions and pump their leftist Marxist ideology into the bloodstream of American citizens for decades now.
So that's why we launched it.
Tell us about the genesis beyond working for Breitbart, how you and your wife decided to do this, what your backgrounds were before that.
So what is your connection to the entertainment industry?
So give us a little bit of the pre story, if you will.
Sure.
Yeah, I actually started off as a concert promoter many years ago.
I was doing like big DJ festivals and that kind of a thing.
I was responsible for kind of helping book the first Coachella, which ended up being a big deal later on.
Um, and I transitioned from that into what's called branded content in the entertainment world, which is basically a brand funds a film or a short film.
We were doing a lot of short films at the time.
And so that's kind of how we really started to get into the Hollywood scene was through this branded content work.
And you know, we'd done, you know, web series and we've worked with people like God, there's so many.
Tracy Morgan, a lot of comedians.
Sarah Silverman.
Did you have a political identity or were you just wise neutral?
I was liberal.
I was liberal at the time and I had my political awakening.
I also did a lot in the art world.
I actually worked with a guy named Shepard Fairey.
We had a business together.
He was the guy that came famous for the Hope poster.
The Obama hope poster, right?
The Obama hope poster, exactly.
And him and actually an employee of mine that I introduced him to were the ones that kind of put it together and I watched that happen and I thought it was kind of an interesting thing to see grow and I still consider myself a liberal at the time.
And as time went on and I really started to look at Obama and it was really my wife that actually really opened my eyes to it because she just didn't Trust his message and I really started paying close attention to him.
I thought it was just great, perfect packaging for a politician and just the branding side of things because we had an advertising agency at the time.
And I just started to see, wait a minute, what is this guy talking about?
And you start to see all these connections between – and I was a big supporter of Hillary at the time.
I actually went to fundraisers.
There's pictures of me and her out there within like these Hollywood fundraising events.
I went to Brett Ratner's house who was a big director and met her and was seriously involved in that kind of community, in the Hollywood activist community.
And I started to open my eyes to Obama, and I think it took until he was actually president, and I started to see this one.
I don't know if you – I'm sure you remember this, this socialism poster that went out that had him painted like the Joker.
Yes, yes.
That was, it was all over my city and it was, and I lived right in the heart of Hollywood.
I was walking distance from the Hollywood Bowl at the time.
And I see this thing popping up and the next thing I start to see it in the CNN and these other news stations as as being racist.
And I'm like, no, he's actually they're making a political statement regarding socialism.
And so that was kind of what really started to open my eyes.
People said Obama as the Joker is racist, Patrick?
Yeah, because he was painted white.
His face was painted white.
I don't know.
I don't know.
But that was what they were using.
Everything's racism, though.
Broccoli's racism right now, right?
So, you know, a couple of weeks went by and I wrote a piece, I wrote an article for Reason magazine, kind of, you know, saying to the art community, because I was heavily involved in the art community at the time.
Reason being the libertarian magazine?
Yes.
And I always think libertarianism is kind of like the bridge to conservatism.
And so I wrote this piece basically just kind of lambasting the art community, saying that they were becoming these, you know, fascists in regards to not allowing people to just express free thought about this man.
And then a couple weeks after that, I'm sure you remember this.
There was this MSNBC story about this guy that attended an Obama rally and he had a rifle with him.
It was an open carry state.
And they were basically saying how they had the camera on the rifle and they had a shirt and how dangerous this was and how horrible racism has just kind of creeped into America to battle this health care thing.
It turns out that this is when the blogosphere really started getting strong on the right and they started sleuthing it.
And they found out the guy that they were using as an example of this racism was black.
Let's stop it because this is a kind of test case.
The articles for days and days and days showed this individual from the back with a rifle slung and you couldn't see his head.
It was deliberately cropped so you saw his torso and you saw the slung rifle.
And then we find out a week later, two weeks later, that it's a black guy!
Exactly.
Exactly.
And it was just this fascinating thing to watch because at that time I kind of still believed that there was some trust in the media.
And this was one of those moments where it was like, these guys specifically kept his skin out of the frame, purposefully.
And that was it for me.
I just kind of, I had enough.
Race has always been kind of a big issue for me, and I grew up in an all-black neighborhood, and I kind of saw racism kind of on the reverse of that up close.
And so once I saw that, I'm like, I'm done.
And I was invited actually to a White House conference call.
And this was in the summer of 2009.
And this happened all at the same time where I saw this image with MSNBC.
And so I get invited.
And right around that time, Andrew Breitbart reached out to me because of this article that I did with Reason magazine.
And he said, you know, you've got to meet this Hollywood community.
It's called the Friends of Abe.
You've got to get involved.
And I was telling him about this conference call that I was going to be going to.
And all of my friends' circle still thought I was liberal.
And he said, you know what, you should you should record it.
And I had already had that idea in my mind, but he kind of validated it.
So I went to this conference call and it had, you know, a ton of magazines.
For people who aren't familiar, Friends of Abe was this Covert or anonymous, clandestine group of conservatives in Hollywood.
But carry on.
Exactly, exactly, exactly.
It was started by Gary Sinise and it had a lot of kind of this Hollywood community in it.
I hadn't seen them yet, I hadn't been to a meeting yet.
So I went to this conference call and it was, I listened to it and I start to record it and I start to hear them talk about Pushing healthcare through the arts and it was sponsored by or this phone call was started by the National Endowment for the Arts.
Can I do something really long form sneaky right now?
Sure.
I want you to hold that right there.
I want to make sure that we get to the end of the story.
But first things first, I want everybody to go to your favorite podcast channel and subscribe to Red Pilled America right now.
It is super important.

Okay, Patrick, so you're there, you're on this teleconference call, 2009, with the White House, and then what's the topic of the teleconference?
The topic is to use the arts to push Obama's health care reform bill, because they were losing, they were getting killed in the media and at town hall events.
I'm sure you remember the town hall Events went crazy at the time.
He was trying to push Obamacare.
He had kind of reversed what his campaign, initial kind of campaign message was.
He didn't want to push universal health care and the mandate during his campaign, and he flipped on that in that summer.
And so there was this huge outcry at all these town hall meetings.
So they were, you know, behind.
They felt like they were getting cornered and they needed to go out there and kind of change the message.
So what did they turn to?
The arts.
So they have all these art people on the line, and they also had the National Endowment for the Arts on the line, which is the biggest funder of arts in the United States, the biggest donator to the arts.
And so they're basically talking about this in just this way that it just sounded Orwellian, and to hear it coming from a government, and to also hear it being pitched by the people that were going to fund, that could potentially fund all of these artists, And so I decided to write a story on it, and it was called The National Endowment for the Art of Persuasion.
And I went to Andrew and I said, would you like to publish this?
He said, I would love to.
So we published this, we put it out there, and it really blew up quick.
It was actually Breitbart's first big national story, first investigative national story.
And of course, the White House basically said, no, he misconstrued the meeting and basically saying that I was lying about it.
And a couple days went by and I just started to slowly leak out more and more information on it.
And more and more they started to come and combat it.
And it got to a point to where I said, you know what, I'm just going to put out the entire, I'm going to actually start to play audio of this thing.
And when I started to play audio, it went Richter, you know, it was on Rush Limbaugh and I was on the Fox and did the whole kind of circuit for a while.
It came to the point where they eventually had to force this guy out, the guy from the National Endowment for the Arts.
So I got a scalp in that regard.
The guy had to resign.
And so that kind of was my big foray into conservative media in 2009.
And it was just a fascinating thing to watch the media ignore, ignore, ignore until they couldn't ignore.
And it was this kind of Birth of the blogosphere really having power in a way that I don't think we'd seen quite in the same way.
And Breitbart was just a huge, Andrew, was just a huge proponent for all of us.
And he had this amazing way and ability to kind of get these stories out into the mainstream.
He understood the dynamics and the hidden eddies of the internet like nobody I know.
He did.
He did.
And he also was in control of, I should say, of Drudge Report.
He was in control of the dashboard on Drudge Report at the time, which was at that time just an enormous traffic driver.
And so he had the ability to kind of headline some of our stories there and just kind of drive the media narrative.
And that's what we live in, right?
We live In this kind of media, we're constantly facing this narrative machine.
Okay, so let me stop right there.
Let me jump in right there.
You're absolutely right.
If you have anything to do with the media or news, you are in a sea of narrative bombardment, okay?
It's not about facts.
It's not about reportage.
It's narrative shaping and bombardment.
So your podcast is about this.
So let me just ask the straight question up front.
Why do those who are patriotic, love this country, consider themselves to be conservative, whatever ilk you want to say, libertarian, paleocon, I don't care.
Why don't we get this?
Why do we not understand that facts are cool but Ben Shapiro's axiom that feelings don't care about facts is so utterly irrelevant because feelings Feelings are what humans relate to when it comes to narrative.
So, Patrick, where did we lose this understanding?
What happened or did we just end up saying, who cares?
I think we lost it a while ago.
You know, the left, they measure success in decades and the right measures it in election cycles.
And I think we lost that.
I want to say it goes back at least to the 60s, probably before that.
But it's been something that the right, you know, there's a great story that kind of illustrates this.
Phyllis Schlafly, who's known as the godmother of the conservative movement.
She famously took on this amendment called the Equal Rights Amendment in the 1970s.
And it was basically the left trying to erase gender from society and from laws.
Ultimately, what they were trying to do is they're trying to encode abortion into the Constitution.
And the way the Equal Rights Amendment was kind of written was that you couldn't write a law that only affected one gender.
So their argument was is that if they got this Equal Rights Amendment through, they would be able to have abortion, you know, at will in the Constitution.
So this thing started to really gain steam, this Equal Rights Amendment, in the late 60s, early 70s.
Statehouse after statehouse started to pass it and it looked like it was a shoe in.
It looked like it was just going to go right through on to become an amendment.
Phyllis Schlafly caught wind of it from her kind of ground activists called the Eagles.
And so she decided to take this on.
And so she went from statehouse to statehouse and slowed them and slowed them and slowed them and started winning and winning in states.
And then it was just this miraculous thing that she did over a decade.
You know, she was on the Donahue show and all these talk shows debating them, saying you're going to be sending your daughters to the draft because that's what this law would do.
So Reagan won.
And it basically the the the expiration happened for the amendment to pass.
It had to meet a certain date.
And that passed.
She won politically and the the right was excited and happy that they won this this fight politically.
Fast forward a couple decades now, and the left has basically erased gender from society.
And if you deny that, you are cancelled from all these platforms.
They understood that the culture is the way to change society.
And so they've just gone through this Long, long march through all of these institutions and slowly took them over and then started to pump their message into the American bloodstream.
So here's this perfect example of Phyllis who beat something politically.
But decades later, that movement lost our movement.
The conservative movement lost because we didn't understand the culture.
And it goes back to The days, you know, the early days of the film industry in Hollywood where... We're going to talk about that.
Don't worry.
That's going to be my next topic.

All right, let's talk about infiltration of America and the Hollywood empire as well.
Play cut!
The information be given, once we know of anyone who might be performing any work for the Communist Party, I think we should tell him that he has in his law firm a young man named Fisher, whom he recommended incidentally to do the work in this committee, who has been for a number of years a member
...of an organization which was named, oh, years and years ago, as the legal bulwark of the Communist Party, an organization which always springs to the defense of anyone who dares to expose communists.
Dares to expose communists, the hardliner Joe McCarthy, now infamous, now notorious, along with the HUAC, the House Un-American Affairs Committee.
Patrick, you've done, I think it was a four-episode story on Nixon.
You've covered Reagan, the Screenwriters Guild.
Give us a rating.
I think it was a rout.
I think that it was a complete win on their part.
left rewriting of the history of communist subversion in America and also communist subversion of Hollywood and the besmirching of the likes of Nixon, who worked for McCarthy?
I think it was a route.
I think that it was a complete win on their part.
If you look at the way that they have portrayed both Nixon, if you look at the way they portrayed the blacklist in Hollywood from back in the day, they have exactly done what you just said, They rewrote history.
The fascinating thing about the Hollywood blacklist was that it actually started by the left blacklisting conservatives in Hollywood.
They took control of the Screenwriters Guild.
A guy named John Howard Lawson was sent to California by the Communist Party, not Communist Party USA, Communist Party Russia, to infiltrate the Screenwriters Guild.
He became president of the Screenwriters Guild and slowly but surely started to blacklist writers.
Famous writer by the name of Morrie Riskin, who'd done a lot of early movies from back in the day, was pushed out.
The guy had won all the awards you could possibly win at the time.
And so they started to notice this, the conservatives at the time.
And so they built this, or they created this organization.
It was actually the precursor to the Friends of Abe.
It was called the Motion Picture Alliance for the Preservation of American Ideals.
Really long name.
But it had Walt Disney of all people was a founding member.
They had John Wayne.
It had Ronald Reagan came in.
And they saw this infiltration into the unions by the communists.
And they saw it as being a You know, a serious crisis in America because they understood the power of movies and television to persuade Americans.
So they went on a, you know, basically they asked the House Un-American Activities Committee to look into their industry.
They actually asked them to investigate their own industry because they saw this communist infiltration and how important it was, how detrimental it could be to the industry.
And so they had these, you know, famous hearings back in the day.
The Hollywood 10 is what they came to be known were 10 people that kind of refused within Hollywood.
Most of them are screenwriters.
I think one was a director.
Refused to kind of answer one simple question.
How are you or how have you ever been a member of the Communist Party?
And they kind of took a free speech.
They just refused.
They just refused to answer.
They refused to answer.
They refused to answer.
And here's why.
Because the members of the HUAC committee actually had communist membership cards of theirs, and they knew that they were communists because they were.
And so they didn't want to answer the question.
I'm sure they knew that they had a membership card out there somewhere.
It's a perjury trap.
Exactly.
Exactly.
So they decided to basically not answer, because if they would have answered, they would have been immediately blacklisted from Hollywood because of the environment of the time.
And so they got, you know, charged and sent to jail for a year.
And and so that's kind of was the impetus for what was happening in Hollywood and how the blacklist even started.
Now, fast forward.
If you look at Hollywood movies right now, it's constantly looked at, when they talk about the Blacklist, they portray it as this McCarthy kind of, you know, witch hunt that went along in Hollywood.
They never explain the fact that they were actually the first ones to blacklist.
And so it's, they've been able to just methodically from movie after movie, story after story, been able to change the history about that time.
And it's fascinating now to this day, you know, you hear constantly of conservatives being blacklisted from Hollywood.
I mean, that's kind of what ended up having us leave that area.
The heart of Hollywood is because we sensed and then got confirmation later that we'd been blacklisted.
Well, I'm going to ask you about this amazing story.

Yeah, it was one of the biggest red pills of my life.
It was around 2010 or so, our daughter started to become old enough to go to preschools and what have you, and we wanted to put her in the best preschool possible, and so we got her into this preschool in Hollywood.
We didn't know it at the time, because we were friends with a lot of celebrities and Hollywood people and what have you, and that's how we ended up getting into this place.
We didn't realize it, but it's this kind of community, this exclusive club in Hollywood.
It's one of the most exclusive clubs perhaps in America, where it happens to be the school systems in these epicenters like New York and Hollywood.
Well, this particular system was a fascinating look into the belly of the beast of Hollywood.
We ended up getting into this elementary school.
And it was all of the big celebrities were there.
Like, you know, Jason Bateman had a kid in our class.
Melissa McCarthy ended up having a kid in our class.
Adam Scott, who's a big actor from multiple movies, had kids in our class.
Steve Carell.
I mean, you just, I could just go through and just start naming studio heads, huge writers.
And we started to look around.
We're like, why is everyone so excited about being here?
And it was, we started to realize that we were in a cult.
And that's really, it's not an exaggeration.
These people create this kind of community where they can kind of network with one another and it's more than just a kid going to school.
Well, we had this experience where we caught this guy getting in bed.
You're not going to believe this.
We caught this guy getting in bed with other people's kids, okay?
On sleepovers, right?
Sleepovers.
Ages from, you know, kindergarten to like second grade or so.
And we caught him getting in bed with people's kids and we're like, what's that?
What?
And so we started like kind of asking around.
There's this moment where all of these parents kind of went away.
The women went away on this kind of mommy's trip.
They start talking to one another and they start talking about this guy and they have each has different stories about him getting in bed with other people's kids, multiple kids.
And so we're like, what do we do about this?
So we confronted him.
And, um, you know, he, he basically, you know, threatened to sue us and what have you.
And, and, you know, you better shut up or I'm going to sue you.
And we told him we're not going to shut up.
We're not where there's nothing that you can possibly say that can scare me.
I went against the white house and one, I'm not going to be afraid of you.
It happened.
He happens to be, you know, really they're billionaires, their families, billionaire family.
They thought it can scare us that way.
So we didn't, and we didn't back off.
And I basically told him and started literally pointing the people that he, this happened with the kids that it happened with.
He backs down immediately.
I'm sorry.
And I'm getting this all in writing.
OK, I'm sorry.
It won't let it happen again.
You know, the guy was smart.
He'd been in this community for quite some time, and he understood that if you're conservative in this community, everything else goes out the door.
So they started spreading this because this story about this guy getting in bed with other people's kids spread like wildfire, as you would expect within a school community.
So everybody was initially on our side.
And then he starts to spread this rumor, true rumor, that we were conservatives.
And overnight...
Everyone flipped on us.
And either... And they started making excuses for the guy who's sleeping with minors of sleepovers of other parents' children!
They're making excuses for him, right, Patrick?
Exactly.
That's exactly right.
And they were using his stories that were lies.
You know, he'd say, oh, somebody came over and they were like, got wet, and so they had to change in front of him.
And, you know, he ended up trying to do something with our daughter as well.
Which was the thing that really kind of brought the issue to home with us.
So we decided that we see this happening and everybody is turning on us.
And it was just this incredible moment of just like, wow, you can get in bed with other people's kids, but you can't get in bed with a Republican.
Because that was the stark contrast that we saw there.
But this sounds like a cult, Patrick.
It's that's exactly what it is, because there was just no you could not be conservative around these people.
You could not.
That was something that and I at first I thought it was that they all hated conservatives.
It took me a while to actually get to the point to where I came to a true understanding of what it is.
It's not that they are necessarily afraid of that they hate conservatives because there are some people that obviously do.
Those are the loudest voices.
Those are the ones that force the Netflix's and the Disney's of the world to include their messages in there.
But really what's going on is they're afraid.
They're afraid that they will never be able to work again.
So they don't want that stink on them the same way that we wouldn't want the stink of a pedophile, you know, being friends with a pedophile within our communities.
They don't want the stink of a conservative in their communities because it's a monopoly controlled industry and they understand that they will never get work again.
If they are branded as conservative.
So it was a long battle that we were there for.
We were there for another four years or so because we didn't want to leave and we eventually had to leave because it was just too much.
You need to listen to those original episodes, guys.
It's Red Pilled America.
I ask this of everybody who comes on the show, directors, actors, conservatives of the last few months.
Are things like Top Gun Maverick and Terminalist success.
Are these anomalous things that we can just say, yeah, it doesn't really matter.
It's Tom Cruise and it's Chris Pratt.
They can do whatever they want.
Or do you think that something's happening, Patrick?
I actually do think something is happening.
I mean, you see it with Yellowstone in 1883, I think it was, the prequel to Yellowstone.
You are seeing more of that happen, and I think the reason why you're seeing it happen now as opposed to 10 years ago is that the barrier to entry has been erased.
Hollywood for decades and decades had this barrier to entry blockade that kind of kept them in their monopoly, which basically what I mean by that is there was no streaming.
There was no technology that allowed you to get your films, and to get your music, and to get all that stuff out there.
And so, they controlled the bookshelves, which ended up being the movie theaters.
And there came a time, very recently, that the technology had started to break down that barrier.
And because of that, now you start to have potentials for competition.
You have guys like, you have Salem Now, who's doing some stuff.
The Daily Wire that are doing some stuff, you have Breitbart now entering the game.
We saw this happening, and I think at the end of the day, that is kind of why you're seeing little bits of breaks in this, because they can't, they could only do it for so long, and they had a captured audience.
They had an audience that couldn't really go anywhere else.
No, it was a cartel, whether it was the distributors of the movies or the people who actually owned the movie theaters, it was an absolute Either Monopoly or Cartel.

So, last couple of questions.
First one is a question to which I have not received a satisfactory answer or at least an answer which satisfies my expectations and that is whether it's social media and the creation of True Social or you know Rumble.com or whether it's
Producing content, as you said, Daily Wire is making movies, Breitbart is distributing My Son Hunter, the movie about Hunter Biden.
Can we break the monopoly?
Or are we just going to create little ghettos where we'll have a minuscule fraction of the audience of the Netflixes of the world or the Paramounts of the world and we're just going to sit there making our very conservative content for conservative consumers?
Or is there another model?
Do we need to create our own ecosystem?
Or do we take on the giants?
You're doing this every day with your podcast.
So you've been in there.
You've been in the trenches.
Which is the way to go?
And is creating this ghetto a possible danger?
It is.
It's a first step.
And I think at the end of the day, to answer your question in regards to, you know, is this going to be something that's going to be small?
I think that it has to start small, but we need financial support.
We need people to support people like your show.
People need to subscribe to shows like your show that promote this kind of stuff out there.
And we need big funders to come to the table and fund these things.
And we're talking serious, serious money.
But I think a perfect example is Fox News.
Is, you know, within the mainstream media realm, they are huge.
They rival or beat all of the cable news networks, sometimes combined.
And so they're not a small player in the media space.
However, Roger Ailes did invest $900 million when he created it.
Exactly.
And so you need serious, serious money.
So now we have all this money going towards politicians or think tanks, which, fine, those are needed.
But the left understands Obama could have done anything after his presidency.
One of the most, you know, heralded people throughout the elite world, right?
He chose to get involved in storytelling.
So that tells you a little bit about what the left thinks about the industry.
And it's such an important thing.
Media is one huge part.
We need guys like you.
And I want to praise you for one moment, Sebastian, for even addressing some of these issues and talking about it.
And I've heard your shows on this topic.
You're very knowledgeable in this area.
There's so few of you out there, so listeners out there, if you are not subscribing to Sebastian Gorka, you should be.
You need to support these kinds of things.
We say that you have to support what you love, because if you don't, you're going to see what the left is going to kind of... Well, I think you have a very trenchant, you say, support what you love, otherwise you lose it.
I think that's the motto of your show, and it's a very powerful one, and I like it.
So here's, and thank you for your very kind words, What I want you to do for my listeners, so we have 3 million people across the country from California to New York and the real part of America that lives in between.
What is your message?
to prospective content providers like yourself uh... who may be intimidated by buying that podcast microphone and just starting a podcast or writing that conservatively informed novel what do you say to them and then well let's make that the second question first question what do you say to the and there's a lot of them out there they're just wasting their money what do you say to the conservative billionaires billionaires that are out there
Who should be investing in this kind of activity?
What is Patrick Carucci's argument as to why they should?
Well, one, they are going to be attacked eventually, and their values are being attacked right now.
It is what defines American culture, is the storytelling industry and the media.
And so if you want your values to stay alive, if you want a legacy to leave to your children, if you want your children to live a life that is some semblance of what you lived growing up, billionaires, you have to put some money into this area.
And it is going to be a financial success.
You have to be smart about it.
But I'm telling you from personal experience, we created a little bit of an industry within the podcast world, and we are not only surviving, we're thriving right now.
There is a business in it.
You see what the Salem Now guys are doing right now.
You see what Dinesh D'Souza is doing.
You see all these filmmakers that are creating things and they're, you know, nine times out of ten, they're money makers.
So you have to view it as a potential revenue source and a potential growth, financial growth area.
But you really also have to view it as leaving a legacy for your kids to live in And leave an America that has some semblance of what it was that you grew up in.
Because without it, you will see story by story, they will just chip away at what it means to be American.
And it's so subtle.
Think of Jerry Maguire, the movie, where if I'm sure most people have seen this, he is drunk and he kind of touches his his assistant and he recoils like, oh, my God, I do what I did.
I was so wrong.
Now I'm Clarence Thomas.
Oh, my God, I'm Clarence Thomas now.
He they get the message out there one scene by one scene that the Republicans are, you know, Women grabbers are, you know, Me Too people out there that were racist, were homophobes.
They do it through these films and through these movies.
So there's no way out.
There's the reason the way the left has got control of our culture is through storytelling industry, through the media, through academia, through literature.
That is our only way out of this, is to build our own ecosystems and then infiltrate theirs.
And it'll happen.
Which is what they did to begin with.
That's what the left did.
That's the long march of the institution.
So it's learning.
It's doing the jiu-jitsu, judo flip on those who hate America so we can save America.
Okay, talk to us about your advice to budding content providers.
There's a, you can make money.
It's simple as that.
If you have a, have a love for storytelling, if you have a love for the arts, it's out there.
The technology is there.
You have great shows like this.
You have others that are promoting the content before there wasn't.
I remember when Andrew started talking about this in 2009, he was, you know, trying to, to convince people to get involved in the film business and to become screenwriters and become actors.
And at that point, there was no ecosystem.
There was no infrastructure.
There was no technology to do it.
So I could understand why people were hesitant.
But now, there's everything.
There's no excuse.
I'm a living example of it.
I'm able to support my family.
My wife and I are able to support our family doing this.
We do it together.
We send our daughter to a private school.
You can live a great life and it's like the gold rush right now.
It's like the early stages of something that is going to be big and get bigger and bigger and bigger.
So that's my pitch.
Get in on the ground floor guys!
Come on!
Everybody's doing it and if you're good at it, It's gonna pay you back.
He is Patrick Karelchi.
His co-host, who will be with us the next time, is Adrienne Cortez.
It is Red Pilled America.
redpilledamerica.com.
It's a superb podcast.
There really isn't anything out there.
And I realized this a couple of years ago.
Humans want stories.
Humans have wanted stories since the first story was told around a campfire by some, you know, grunting Neanderthal.
From Homer, through the Iliad, all the way up through Top Gun Maverick, we need stories.
Let's make sure it's our stories with our values.
God bless you, Patrick.
Keep doing what you do.
