Both thingies?
Oh, the merch?
Yes.
Yeah, the patch.
Yeah, show it to him, guy.
There's the patch.
Nice, good.
And the coins... There we go.
The coins.
Okay.
Alright, back to him.
Alright, we'll do that.
Title for Mr. Jackson.
We want to stop the race hustlers.
Mm-hmm.
Now you can block the lines.
To stop the race hustlers.
Yes, yes, hello rumblers.
Welcome, welcome.
Sorry about that guys.
One minute.
All right.
What do I have to do here?
What we have to do is radio.
But of course.
This is the D segment, I was thrown off for a moment there.
This is D.
This is D. 30 seconds. 30 seconds. 30
seconds.
30 seconds.
On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first!
Welcome back, dear friends.
If you have been struggling over the years, if you're looking for a diet that actually works, I've got it for you.
After 20 years of nothing working, I found my PhD weight loss, Dr. Ashley Lucas' system isn't about starvation or calorie counting.
It's just a system that sets your body to burning the fat like it should.
Find out today if I can lose 40 pounds.
So can you!
Yes, that's me.
I've had to take in all my clothes.
I've got a new pair of jeans.
You know, my wife took me shopping at the weekend to get a new pair of jeans.
She said, you look like a hobo in those jeans.
Put some string around your waist.
I've gone down to size 36.
I haven't been a size 36 in jeans since my 20s.
And I'm 52 this year.
That could be you.
Call today.
Make your first appointment.
864-644-1900.
Or just go to myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900.
Myphdweightloss.com.
You won't regret it.
Go to myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900.
myphdweightloss.com.
You won't regret it.
Somebody who was ringing our number as the intro music was playing even before I started talking 45 minutes ago is Judy from Brooklyn.
Line one!
Happy Tuesday, Judy!
You are so observant, sir.
Unbelievable.
Oh, nothing gets past me.
Nothing gets past me, Judy.
Good, good.
Very good.
I like it that way.
Dr. Gorka, first of all, how are you doing?
Good?
Oh, thank God, thank God.
I'm so happy.
So listen, you know, as I'm holding, I've got more things to say, so I don't know, I hope you'll allow me to... First of all... Oh, thank you.
You know, two weeks ago, I'm feeling just dandy, my friend.
Oh, thank God.
Thank God.
I'm so happy.
So listen, you know, as I'm holding, I've got more things to say.
So I don't know.
I hope you allow me to do it.
Do it.
Oh, thank you.
First of all, I have a hard time believing five police officers committed suicide right after January 6th.
No one talks about it, but I would like an investigation on that because I'm very suspicious of that.
So what do you think?
Come on, what are you positing, Judy?
No, I think they kind of, well, maybe they kind of permanently silenced them because they knew too much.
I have no idea.
No, no, no.
This isn't Venezuela, my dear, okay?
This isn't, you know, the Clinton body count.
Let's not go down there.
And being a cop is a high threat.
Just look at the average suicide figures for cops.
It is a tough, tough job.
Okay, next topic.
Okay, so now, two things over here.
How do they know the election was not stolen?
They don't know that either.
the election was stolen, which I believe.
So let me ask you a question.
I want to ask these lefty Democrats and these corrupt media people, how do they know the election was not stolen?
They don't know that either.
Right.
So how do they, you know?
And the thing is, you had a caller last week, and I'd like to respond.
He said he voted for Trump twice, but he doesn't want to vote for him again.
And because there's too much negativity.
Yeah, that wasn't a Trump voter, that was a Democrat.
But unfortunately, I'm hearing it also not from just from him.
I read it in the New York Post, the GOP, they're saying that they, the editorial, they're also talking about, you know, they're not supporting President Trump and a few other people I'm hearing.
So I want to respond to this, Dr. Gorka, by saying, Let's say you are a coach for a team, yes?
There are two teams and you're a coach, right?
And you're asked to pick your best, best player because everything is riding on this best, best player, okay?
The risk is too high Of course!
So, of course, you're going to pick the guy that has the best track record, that has proven successful with experience, right?
So wouldn't that be President Trump?
Of course.
Wouldn't that be him?
It doesn't matter what party you're talking about.
No president created an economy as strong as President Trump did.
Lowest unemployment for minorities since record-keeping began.
Lowest for women since the 1960s.
Crushing our enemies like ISIS.
So, of course, but my dear, Judy, stop it!
You're being logical.
The GOP rhinos, whoever, you know, subverted the New York Post editorial page, they don't want somebody they can't control, Judy.
That's all it's about.
Right.
Third point.
And then I'm going to get to Sean in New York.
Third point.
No, that was my point.
Thank you so much.
I really appreciate it.
No, because they want Ron DeSantos.
But you know what?
Ron DeSantos, you know, he has not proven himself just because he's governor.
But we have someone who was in the office for four years.
He did a bang up job.
He's the one.
All right.
Stay on the line, Judy.
Stay on the line.
Because?
I'm gonna do a little live action promotion here.
Randy our merch man has just come into studio with our latest products and I'm so excited.
We have the new Trump America first challenge coin.
We have our own America first challenge coin.
And we have the America First patch!
And the Stay Frosty patch!
How cool is that?
I'm going home and I'm sticking them everywhere!
Show them the website.
Eric, we've already put these off.
These are fresh!
They're still warm!
They're still warm!
They're up on the website, sevgorkestore.com.
You've got your America First Challenge coins.
It says, Team MAGA, stay frosty on the coin.
It says, Dr. G. And then you've got the patches, stay frosty on America First.
Guys, you want to be a member of the team, don't you?
Get the patch!
Get the coin!
Judy is going to get her Stay Frosty America First patches and her coin because she's Judy.
SebGorkaStore.com where you can get yours.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorkaStore.com.
Alright, Sean, New York City, line two.
Dr. Gorka, two things.
I wanted to first dovetail with your conversation with Chad.
You were asking him what will it take to change the habitual black vote for Democrats.
It's a question of deinstitutionalizing.
If you remember the movie, it was Shawshank Redemption, where he says, after being in prison for so many years, you become institutionalized.
Yes.
This is not an issue of race.
This is an issue of human psychology.
OK, but what does that help me out here, Sean?
What does deinstitutionalizing a black American voter look like?
How do we get them to realize that they're voting for more slavery in the political sense if they vote Democrat?
What does that look like, Sean?
What does it look like?
Essentially, it's saying, are you content to just get by, or do you think that you can be the master of your own destiny?
Do you think you can do better on your own?
That's really the ultimate question.
That's a seminal issue.
So many people have come to the conclusion that, you know, I don't want to take a risk and I've, you know, I have my government check and they become institutionalized.
Crappy security is better than freedom is what you're talking about.
Exactly.
So that's what we have to sell.
That's our selling point.
I also wanted to add, you know, because every week I call you, I come up with ideas on how to defeat this I agree.
I agree.
imperium that we're facing here.
And we in the MAGA Republic, this is what we want.
We do not want any Melba toast leaders in Congress.
So I personally do not want McCarthy as Speaker of the House.
I would much rather have Jim Jordan.
He's a perfect fit.
I agree.
I agree.
But guess what, Sean?
He has to want it.
On my show, I asked him, would you be the speaker?
And he says, no, I want to be chairman.
So it's up to us to convince him.
But I love it, Sean.
Keep calling.
Keep giving us the great ideas.
David, Ray, don't go anywhere.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.

It was a Patriot, that last segment.
90 seconds.
All right.
So Jeff, what do you want me to do?
You already read it, right?
Yeah.
What do you mean?
I'll just tell them.
They'll probably flip one, like, towards the end of the week or something.
Okay.
So what's... I made note of it.
Well, I did the extra one at the top of C. Yes.
That was the make-up from yesterday, because it was Labor Day.
Right.
So... Let me just email them.
They'll probably just change something at the end of the week.
Like, one of your reliefs will become a... Okay.
Alright.
So he... He read relief.
He read relief and it was a patriot.
50 seconds.
My apologies.
No worries.
seconds.
Let's cut down through again.
Let's cut down through again.
Let's cut down through again.

David, California.
Hey, doctor.
How are you?
That's 800-829-8468-MY-PILLOW.com.
Let's go to line three.
David, California.
Hey, doctor.
How are you?
Good.
All right.
Listen, I have two things.
One is I watched your Sunday night show, which I always like, and it was about modern day heroes in the movies.
Yeah.
For your approval, I liked Mark Wahlberg in the shooter.
He did things that needed to be done.
I think he's a modern, he's maybe a little dark, but okay.
He's not as dark as the Terminalist, but yes, that was a pretty good movie.
And I like Mark Wahlberg.
Yes.
The second thing is it's time for us to defeat these sex changers, liberty blockers for our children.
It's puberty blockers.
It's time for us to make them an offer they can't refuse.
We're fooling around.
These are our children.
I mean, these are our children.
Well, what's the offer they can't refuse?
I don't know, but, I mean, when I say that, people say, well, David, you want to kill them?
I don't know what I want to do to them, but I want to make them, I want to suggest to them something that will make them stop in lieu of their life.
And I mean that because it's our children.
They're, they're butchering our children.
We're standing by having a conversation about it.
Yeah, but we don't, we don't answer that with violence.
We don't answer that with violence, but we've got to stop them because they are mutilating our children.
You're absolutely right.
Ray Livermore.
Happy Tuesday, Ray.
Indeed, and thank you for having Jack Carr on in The Terminalist, who is outstanding.
That's real man television right there.
It's a little bit rough, but that's the way the real world is.
No, you know it well.
Yeah, and in lieu of your guest that you had on the top of the hour and the speech from President Ahab, the left has taken the seven deadly sins and turned them into the seven leftist virtues.
And I'll run through this as quick as possible.
Lust.
Monkeypox.
Greed and envy.
Hate the wrench.
Make you pay for what I have.
Pride and anger.
That self-righteousness for their own position.
And hatred for the opponent.
Unmerited hatred for the opponent.
Then sloth and gluttony.
Paying people to do nothing.
And celebrating obesity.
That's the modern left today.
The seven deadly sins converted to virtues.
You're getting to try and compete with Brett in Los Angeles.
A little bit of an America First poet laureate there.
I love it.
Yes, the seven deadly sins have been transmogrified into the left's seven virtues.
And you're right.
Beautifully done.
Stay on the line.
Stay on the line, my friend.
Let's give Ray one of our new America First challenge coins.
Let's give him two.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Next up, Lord Conrad Black.
What do the events in the UK mean?
What about the latest disclosures regarding the Mar-a-Lago state-sanctioned burglary?
That's next here on America First.
You're welcome.
You're welcome.
Now it was being deployed against the American people and our president.
This is the biggest political scandal in modern history, which makes Watergate look like a tiff.
The FBI director has no credibility.
The left used to not trust the FBI, and now they love them.
This can happen to General Michael T. Flynn.
Imagine what they do to anybody who has a single strike against them.
35 Russian diplomats in the U.S.
expelled.
The prosecution of General Flynn wasn't a pursuit of criminal activity.
It was a setup.
Flynn actually had details.
So he was talking about going after people's budgets.
They were terrified.
Media didn't start as neutral.
Media hasn't been neutral all its life.
The two faces of Hillary Clinton are coming out.
In fact, through WikiLeaks, that she says one thing and...
Oh, no.
They worked hand-in-glove with Comey to try to delegitimize Trump.
They were not there to tell the truth.
A political dirty trick is being carried out by our intelligence community.
Honestly, none of us really know, sort of holistically, what to think about this dossier.
They went into Congress.
They said, nothing here.
Doesn't matter.
We'll keep going with FISA.
We'll keep going with the investigation.
And more importantly, we will go on TV, day in and day out, and lie to the American people to their face.
And nothing's going to happen to us.
The nation and all of our freedoms hang by a thread, and the military apparatus of this country is about to be handed over to scum who are beholden to scum!
Russian scum!
We had not one person claim that they had or had seen evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians.
Devin Nunes was the hero in the forest.
He was alone, he was mocked, he was attacked.
Devin Nunes was subject to such scorn for saying the conclusions that we brought forth in that report, which all proved to be true.
Russiagate was a false story.
To target their political opposition.
To carry out their insurance policies.
I believe that this is a conspiracy.
These guys have perpetrated the greatest crime against the American people ever seen.
It was a coup d'etat.
This is how sick and twisted these people are.
I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S.
citizens involved in the Trump transition.
It was shocking to see some of the over-classification that was done to hide either corruption or abuse of authority and just to make sure certain agencies didn't look bad.
We have a peaceful transition of power process.
That's not what happened.
There were more meetings, there were more leaks, there were more attacks.
The thing that they were investigating the Trump campaign for is what they themselves were doing.
Not just the Democratic Party and their operatives, but also the FBI.
If we're writing about the time frame that we lived in, and that we're living in now, I would say it wasn't supposed to happen.
They weren't supposed to know.
The entire time this was going on, they thought this was going to be what sunk the Donald Trump presidency.
and they were just looking for the golden goose and they still haven't found it because it doesn't exist.
you you you you you you you you you

Bye.
Yes, sir.
Greetings.
Greetings to you.
This piece Jeff gave me is excellent.
Has it published yet in Epoch Times or is it just still a draft?
No, it's not a draft.
It's gone in.
I believe they're putting it out tonight.
All right.
Perfect.
All right.
I'm going to mention that in the second segment, but we're going to talk about Mar-a-Lago in the first segment.
I'm coming in with a clip of the president in Wilkes-Barre at the weekend and I'll come straight to you.
Sure.
This attack in Canada, is this tribal related?
Is there more information about it?
I don't know anything about it.
I think they think it's just two complete nutcases who went crazy and went around stabbing people in their homes.
So I really don't know.
Yeah, I'm not even... Is it a native?
I mean an indigenous person involved?
Yes, that's the latest I heard.
All right, stand by.
Yeah, well, you know, those people do have their problems.
But this is, you know, for Canada, this...
Yeah, stand by.
Thank you.
...highly political magistrate who they handpicked late in the evening just days before the break-in and trampled upon my rights and civil liberties as if our country that we love so much were a third-world nation.
We're like a third world nation.
They rifled through the First Lady's closet drawers and everything else.
And even did a deep and ugly search of the room of my 16-year-old son. - Leaving everything they touched in far different condition than it was when they started.
Can you believe it?
The FBI and the Justice Department have become vicious monsters, controlled by radical left scoundrels, lawyers, and the media, who tell them what to do, you people right there, and when to do it.
Another clip from the president at the weekend, the Wiltsbury Scranton rally, where he told the sordid, sordid details still coming out of the what I call state-sanctioned burglary at Mar-a-Lago.
What does it all mean?
We are 70 odd days away from a midterm election.
Let's ask a man who has followed presidential politics with a very close eye for many, many years.
He's authors of numerous texts on Nixon, on FDR, on President Trump himself.
He is the co-host of this podcast, Scholars and Sense, Lord Conrad Black.
Welcome back to America First.
Thanks very much, Sebastian.
I think we're only 58 days away from the election.
You're probably right.
I'm probably using old data and I am not embarrassed to be corrected by a presidential historian of your ilk.
Conrad, it seems as if every week there's another disgusting, sullying detail.
First it was The FBI agents demanding the cameras be switched off, keeping the attorneys outside of the building.
Then it was rifling through Melania Trump's wardrobe.
And now?
And now?
Raiding a 16-year-old young boy's bedroom, Conrad?
Yeah, it's... I agree with you.
I think it just gets worse and worse.
And meanwhile, the excuse for doing it becomes fainter and feebler all the time.
I mean, they danced around for a while with the Niagara River of Leaks with which the Justice Department now routinely operates in manners like this, all completely illegal, as you know, and completely unprofessional.
And the sort of thing, by the way, that in Canada or Great Britain you'd be disbarred for, I mean, the lawyers responsible in the DOJ and the FBI's lawyers who were involved in this.
But, you know, they stopped for about six hours on the idea of the Espionage Act and abandoned that.
We had the, you know, we had the nuclear secrets nonsense.
They were in desperation and their amateurism.
They spread out these documents on the On the rug, on the floor of one of the rooms at Mar-a-Lago, as if that's how the former president had treated these things, and had scattered them around on the floor.
Which turned out to be empty folders.
Empty folders.
Yeah, I mean, the whole thing is just crumbling, other than in the resistless and bigoted imaginations of the anti-Trump media.
I mean, according to Don Lemon, who I actually watched for 30 seconds on this issue for the first time.
I mean, I can't normally face him with a sick bag in my hand, but I can face him on television.
According to him, of course we have to respect that everyone's innocent until proven guilty, but I think we've seen enough here to know the former president's guilty.
People like that are going to leap at anything, and I think that The only line the Democrats have had for the last six years is debunking and defaming Donald Trump.
And now that they've had 19 months of government, they've been a complete, unmitigated failure in every major policy area.
The incumbent president was down 20 points, so they reached for the old played book and cranked up the dirty tricks division and activated the Justice Department.
and seized upon an archivist's routine civil complaint about the ownership of certain documents and aggregated that up into what they tried to present as reasonable grounds for a criminal grand jury process, including an occupation of the former president's house for nine hours.
And I don't think it flies, any of it.
Yeah.
You stole my thunder.
I have a line here that I have highlighted in your latest piece for Epoch Times.
It is the Justice Department, the dirty tricks division of the DNC, which is exactly the line I wanted you to comment on.
But let me just share this with you.
If you thought that was bad, that commentator at CNN, Here we have Joy Reid blaming President Trump, inferring that he got CIA assets killed.
This is the level of desperation.
Cut seven, play cut.
How on earth could a judge who made it through law school think that While all of this is happening, we know that in 2021, there was a rash of deaths of American spies.
They were being caught.
They were being killed.
This is a very real and exigent circumstance.
And the CIA has admitted to that.
And we are not saying that we know that there is some connection between the Purloin documents and those events.
But they did happen at a time when Trump did have custody of some really sensitive information that he shouldn't have had.
We're not saying it, but we're saying it.
We're making the allusion that CIA informants were killed and President Trump had the documents.
Is there no moral fiber left in the mainstream media?
Well, certainly there wouldn't be with Joy Reid.
I mean, she's an absolute moron and she's a malignant moron.
She's like a nasty, wind-up doll that you unleash and you know that it'll just go and do bad things because that's what it's programmed to do.
I heard her utter a sentence that I thought gave me confidence that she had an IQ even in double figures.
But in addition to that, she's a terribly nasty person.
Politically, she may be perfectly agreeable, personally, for all I know, but politically, she's hopeless and extremely malignant.
And so, no, you don't expect any better from her.
And unfortunately, people like her are really packed in cheek by jowl wall to wall in the national political media.
That's almost all you get.
I mean, I did a I watched a few samplings of comments on some of the anti-Trump networks, and they were all of a piece and they weren't quite as completely off the wall, just crazy as what you just said, which was just a conjuration out of a just crazy as what you just said, which was just a conjuration out of a both a
But they were just overwhelmingly hostile, including from some relatively intelligent people.
And Michael Beschloss has had his moments as a historian.
You know, he's had his moments as a historian.
But his theory is, well, yes, this is unprecedented.
But, of course, Trump is unprecedentedly dishonest for the office of president, and therefore it's justified.
He doesn't know anything about it.
He doesn't substantiate it.
I mean, Trump isn't dishonest.
He's the most investigated man in U.S.
history.
If you could make a table of volume and intensity of official constabulary investigation and the amount of evidence of genuine wrongdoing produced, his ratio would be higher than anyone else.
I mean, all of these people in great public offices get a lot of scrutiny, but not the way he has.
No.
It's remarkable, isn't it, how Beschloss basically destroyed a reputation of, what, 30-plus years in the making in just the last few months?
It's shocking to me, and I don't see what's in it for him.
And we understand John Meacham is up for hire.
And, you know, anyone who is a Bush family paid historian And then writes a key speech for Biden, and then goes on television and praises President Biden's speech without bothering to mention to the viewers that he wrote the speech himself.
He's not a historian, but what Beschloss is doing is much more serious, because he actually did write some pretty good books.
No, it is.
It's incredible how whatever we wish to call it, Trump derangement syndrome, jealousy, having your rice bowl threatened has provoked people who have reputations they built over decades just destroyed in the space of just a few weeks or months.
We're talking to the author of Donald J. Trump, A President Like No Other, Lord Conrad Black.
You can follow him on Twitter, Conrad M. Black and Conrad Mblaq.com.
The podcast which he co-hosts with Victor Davis Hanson and Bill Bennett is Scholars and Sense.
This is America First.
We will continue momentarily, but if you want to guarantee that you never miss any of our one-on-one discussions, you have to subscribe to this podcast.
Go to Spotify, plug in my name, Sebastian Gawker, America First, leave a five-star review, it matters, and share the links with our friends.
Today's third hour guest for the whole hour is none other than Lee Smith, the author of The Plot Against the President.
Somebody who's, you know, worked hard for decades just decides to tear it all up.
The Salem News Network.
Somebody who's worked hard for decades just decides to tear it all up.
Yeah.
Now, is that a view that you've heard expressed by others?
Certainly, I think that's what he's done, but have you heard others say that?
Well, I haven't discussed Beschloss with others, but I think it's pretty obvious.
I mean, he's sold books, he had a reputation as a solid historian, and now it's all for naught.
Why?
Because you hate Trump?
I think his first book was Kennedy and Roosevelt about You know, President Kennedy's father and the relationship between the two, and it was very interesting.
Very interesting, I must say.
And the last couple I've seen, I thought, were pretty journalistic, but not bad, you know?
And I don't see what's in it for him.
I mean, I know he's one of these people that periodically is gathered together to reassure Joe Biden that he really can be another FDR.
Anyone who says that should have a nose like Pinocchio, but he's sort of in that group.
I wouldn't have thought that in itself compromised him to the extent that he has to engage in just mudslinging like this.
What is your feeling for Liz Truss?
What are your expectations?
When I met her before, I have to say I wouldn't have thought of her as a Prime Minister.
But in these circumstances, you know, I think she's got a lot going for her.
She didn't join the betrayal of Boris Johnson, which is a good thing.
She is already moving, literally before she even got to go and visit the Queen, to roll back Boris's ecological nonsense, you know, restoring fracking and so forth.
I mean, I like Boris, but he was sold a line on the ecological stuff, allegedly by his wife.
And she saw that the way to go, both in policy terms and politically, was a straight Thatcherite line, and that's what she's taking.
And as a person, you know, she's neither high nor low.
She went to a state school, but to Oxford, and she served the middle of the middle class, which is slightly controversial.
romantic history but not not bad a little controversial and she she just looks like a sort of middle person doing well seeing sensible things no nonsense you know person taking over and and i i i feel quite hopeful about her and by the way we're going to elect an excellent leader of the conservative party in this country in canada on the weekend uh pierre poilier yeah i i've heard good things with him.
You'll find him a real joy.
I mean, I like Justin Trudeau as a person, but he's hopeless.
You wouldn't know better than I, but I understand we may end up with this rather refreshing Georgia Maloney woman as the Prime Minister of Italy at the end of the month.
Have you been following that one?
I have, I have.
I don't know enough to know whether that's the case, but it would be very, very interesting.
And we're going to have what?
Berlusconi as the President of the Senate?
The man is indefatigable.
Stand by.

It is the mug, it is the t-shirt that says the FBI, Biden's Gestapo from Nazi Germany to the USA in 80 years.
When you hear the details of the state-sanctioned burglar on Mar-a-Lago, It seems all the more relevant.

Lord Black, will you allow me to give a little bit of a preview of your latest piece from the Epoch Times?
So I don't do this because I think it's you know not what live radio is necessarily made for but but sometimes when you get writing of this caliber you just have to do it and I think at least once or twice a year I I have to do it with your pieces Conrad so the concluding paragraph concludes thusly
In the last few weeks, there has been a mass movement by the anti-Trump forces to the hackneyed, geriatric Hansel and Gretel story that Trump and Biden are both over-aged, punch-drunk relics who live by attacking each other and must be sent out to pasture together.
Biden Trump is a mediocre and inattentive veteran of 50 years in the rotten borough of Delaware.
He has not achieved anything noteworthy and is an almost completely incompetent president.
Trump accomplished more before he was president than anyone in the history of that office except those instrumental in the founding of the country and those who led great armies to victory in just wars, such as Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Grant and Eisenhower.
I would add one more thing here, and this is what I'd like you to reflect on, and that's a fabulous passage, Conrad.
The fact that he has so changed the core identity of one of the two political parties in America and completely removed from any significant influence the political dynasties of Clinton, of Bush, of Cheney and McCain.
Isn't it all the more remarkable that six years ago, Conrad, he wasn't a politician?
Absolutely astounding.
You touch upon I mean, President Trump has his faults, and we both know that, and your listeners know it, but what you very generously quoted a moment ago happens to be true.
You could make a case for Herbert Hoover, too, because...
A distribution of food at the end of World War I saved a great many lives and so on.
But very few former presidents had achieved as much as Donald Trump did before becoming president.
But in addition to that, he devised this technique of translating celebrity, which he deliberately sought in a very general way, into votes for the country's highest office.
And no one thought it was possible.
And you occasionally had celebrities elected to a senator, governor, positions like that, but not... I mean, he is the only person elected president who never sought or held any public office, elected or unelected, or had a high military command.
He invented a new way of becoming president, and then, as you said, he not only changed the identity of the Republican Party, He moved it from the country clubs.
I mean, mind you, they should still vote for him anyway, but he moved that party from inspiration by the people in the country clubs and put it right on top of the traditional Democratic fiefdoms in the working class and the ethnic minorities, and then won their vote by the application of pure capitalism.
You know, Bill, incentivizing investment in disadvantaged areas.
He took a capitalism that every person in a locker room of every elite golf club in America would endorse and applied it to vacuuming up the votes of these Democratic fiefdoms who the Democratic Party had taken for granted for decades with cheap Prozac and benefit programs.
and eliminated unemployment and started to take their votes in millions.
It is genius.
I mean, the former president's a strange cat, but he's a brilliant man in some ways and should get the credit for that.
So we've got, I've looked it up now, so both of us were wrong.
62 days left until the midterms.
How does this decision for the special master play into this?
Because they weren't planning for this, Conrad.
They wanted, the DOJ tried to stop it.
I was shocked that even Bill Barr had considerable respect for her for a long time, and in a way still did, but I'm disappointed in him.
But he said, well, there's not much point now because the Justice Department says they've already been through everything.
Well, first of all, given the volume of documents they seized, I have my doubts that they had been.
But in the second place, that would merely illustrate that the whole thing is spurious anyway.
But Barr misses the point.
The point is for the special master to come to an evaluation of whether the action that the DOJ took and the FBI acting on it was justified.
And in order to make that judgment, you have to, you know, you have to Look through all the papers, whether the Justice Department officials have done so already or not.
But this really has thrown a wrench, a spanner into the works, because the DOJ has been ordered, they are not allowed to continue the investigation until that determination has been made by this independent arbiter.
So this potentially changes the whole plan of that Dirty Tricks division, does it not?
Well, you mean it throws the timing?
Yes!
It throws the time to muck up the election.
I would say that it does.
Yes, I would say that it's very inconvenient for them, but it also runs the risk which they could not have anticipated.
Look, it may be that this judge will throw it to a trumpeting special master who will go through the motions, but assuming that it's a fair-minded person, it may well be that that person says that The FBI and the Justice Department had no business removing any more of this than five folders or something like that.
No, absolutely.
Absolutely.
We have been talking to Conrad Black.

Thank you, Conrad. Conrad. - That...
Not a bit.
Superb piece.
Thanks.
Look, I always... That one, by the way, between us, I got a...
A note of thanks from the president himself on that one.
Oh my gosh, good for you.
Wonderful.
I mean, the ex-president, obviously.
Yeah.
Once and future president.
So you sent him a draft and he responded?
Yeah, well, we send the one, the stuff I write that is about him, we send it to his office and he sent me a response.
He writes over it and sends it out.
Has he ever posted about them?
Yeah, he has at times.
Not recently, but he has at times.
Wonderful.
I don't share in these people, and there's lots of them who claim to find him a difficult personality.
As a business associate, as a social acquaintance, and as a public person, I've always found him to be a perfect gentleman.
And a loyal friend and really a delightful raccoon.
He doesn't try and dominate conversations or anything.
No.
We've had him to dinner a number of times and vice versa.
And he's just a very nice, interesting guy.
And he's always interested in your opinion.
He wants to know your opinion, which is not very common in this city.
And he wants to know everybody's opinion.
That's one of the reasons why he's so popular with the less elite people, because he identifies with them and he's a very wealthy man and he sincerely identifies with with working people.
I mean, I wouldn't be in that category, but he, I mean, I worked for a living, but not in the way I just referred to. - Did I tell you the story of when we went to the Christmas party with my wife at the White House? - No.
So we went there.
And as I'm sure you know, I mean, there's like 500 people bustling around.
And if you get the, there's color-coded tickets.
And if you get the red ticket, an hour later, the military aid will come.
You whisk you downstairs to have a Christmas photograph taken with the first family.
And he takes, you know, we come downstairs.
We're first in line.
We're waiting.
And he's in the next room with Melania.
And as we're walking in to have the photograph taken, I haven't been in the, I haven't worked for him for three years.
I mean, I was doing the radio show.
He winks to somebody, an aide, and the aide brings over a manila envelope that he holds behind his back until we finish taking the photograph, and then he says, Seb, this is for you.
And it's one of the articles I'd just written for The Hill about him, with, as you said, you know, good job, Seb, written on the front of it in sharpie.
And then, Becca, my mind is just, hang on, how many people are coming to the Christmas party?
When did he see the article?
When did he plan it?
When did he tell somebody to print it off, get it signed, put it in the envelope, and wait for me to arrive?
I mean, the forethought and the attention is mind-boggling.
Yeah.
No, he's a great natural politician.
Yeah, it's stunning.
Anyway, that's one of my little stories.
All right, must fly.
Thank you, Conrad.

Alright, I don't think I... Have I told... Jeff, have I told you the story of what happened to me on Facebook at the weekend and Instagram?
Nope, this would be no.
So much to share with you guys.
So, I got an alert on Facebook that my...
My page has been restricted for three months.
The positioning of my feed is now going to be put in the toilet and people won't be able to see it as usual.
It's already been restricted, but this is the post they had issue with, so Eric put this up.
So this is a big boy drive-thru, okay, with a With a sign underneath it that says the following.
I'm going to read it to you.
Silver alert, 79-year-old white male wandering around DC thinks he's president.
Okay, now it's a joke, right?
It's a joke.
Somebody made that.
It's called a meme.
Somebody took a photograph of a big boy drive-thru and then imposed the phrase on it because big boy didn't say that Biden is a silver alert aged person wandering around DC.
However, I guess Zuckerberg doesn't get humor.
I mean, androids don't understand humor.
So what happens?
This is what they slap on it.
This is the original post I wrote.
I was reposting from an account called For America.
And then it says, altered photo.
The same altered photo was checked in another post by independent fact checkers.
Meaning they thought it was real.
They thought it was a real photograph and that I was trying to convince people of something that wasn't there.
Well, they restricted my account, so what?
I wanted to have some fun with Mark Zuckerberg.
So on Instagram, that also belongs to Facebook, I did my own meme on top of the other meme.
So I reposted the big boy, drive-thru, silver alert, 79-year-old white male, and on the bottom I put a box that says, Zuck doesn't like this.
Meaning Zuckerberg.
What did they do?
Within a couple of hours.
Go back to two, Eric.
They put another filter, they put another warning on my Instagram account because they thought that the double meme I made was also me trying to convince people of something that wasn't true.
Oh, by the way, why am I talking about this?
Oh, because of this cut from President Trump in Scranton.
Cut 4, play cut!
Weirdo Mark Zuckerberg confessed that in 2020, the FBI went to Facebook and the media and gave them the false narrative that the Hunter Biden laptop from hell Was Russian disinformation, even though they knew that was not true.
So they went and they said it was Russian disinformation.
By the way, the guy that came in with that stuff just got fired.
He perk-walked.
He was perk-walked out of the FBI on Friday.
That is, of course, Agent Timothy Tebow.
So, Jeff, what do you think?
I put a joke meme on my Facebook and my Instagram, and I have to be censored, but the real story about Hunter Biden, that's okay to suppress.
Oh, yeah, because that could help win the election.
What do we do about this stuff, Jeff?
Do we fight it?
What do you mean?
I think you have to.
I mean, and their power is just getting bigger and bigger and bigger with social media.
You have to fight it.
Alright, Jeff, stop fighting it.

Hello?
And Jeff.
It's pretty hard because they delete the post and that's how you're able to argue with the fact checkers.
Right, but that's why I took the screenshots.
Yeah.
They acknowledge that weaponized memes are effective.
Clearly.
When did this happen?
This week?
This weekend, yeah.
I saw that same notification on Facebook too, yeah.
Okay, I think we have them on Skype.
Do we have a video?
Hello, can you hear us?
Yes, I can hear you.
It's alright, yeah.
Yeah.
Hold on.
Sounds like it's kind of cutting in and out a bit.
No, no, that's me.
Can you turn your video on?
Yeah, we don't have video.
I keep pressing it.
Okay, there we go.
Oh no, it keeps going.
Two minutes.
Why is it not working?
We have it now.
Alrighty.
And just to let you know, the mics are live, sir, on our video stream this time.
Unless you want the mics off real quick, Seb?
No.
Is it just you, Philem?
Did you want both of us?
No, that's fine.
That's fine.
That's okay.
That's all right.
We're going to have some fun.
We're going to come in with the trailer, and then you're going to tell us how this whole thing was born, all right?
I don't have that trailer cut.
Where?
Is it a new cut, or is it just the same one from before?
Same one from before, like we decided.
Hang on, let me find it real quick.
Oh yeah, 42 seconds long.
Okay.
So it's out tomorrow, right?
Yep.
Yep, it is.
Very exciting, very stressful.
Very stressful?
Why is it stressful?
Well, I'm always afraid that the buttons aren't gonna work, you know?
And then people are gonna look at me and I'm going, I don't even know how to send an email, you know?
Alright, standby.
60 seconds.
Yeah, I have it.
All right, standby.
Okay.
60 seconds.
Yeah, I have it.
It's 43 seconds long.
We'll come in with that.
All right.
Thank you.
. .
China's not our enemy.
They're not bad folks, folks.
I love my dad and I just want to make him cry.
I am the one who brings in all the deals.
I am the one.
Good boy.
I can't wait.
It's released tomorrow, My Son Hunter, from Robert Darvey with Laurence Fox, Gina Carano, distributed by Breitbart.com.
Are you ready?
I'm ready.
Let's talk to the man who made it all happen, the individual, or half of a two-person team, behind the Gosnell movie, and I think the FBI lovebirds as well, Phil McAleer.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you.
Thank you, Sebastian.
It's always a pleasure to be on the show.
So do you have a business card?
And if you do, does it just say professional troublemaker on it?
Pretty much.
Pretty much, actually.
I think I came out of the troubles in Northern Ireland and I've been looking for trouble ever since.
Well, you've got a very good nose for it.
This movie, Hunter Biden, and everything else you've done in the last few years.
So tell us the genesis.
I can't wait to see it.
Where does the script come from?
How did you get the idea?
Tell us the whole story.
Well, actually, funny, you know, you mentioned Gosnell, you mentioned FBI lovebirds.
We specialize in a lot in trying to do verbatim stuff, you know, from actual emails or court documents from people, that kind of thing.
And we did the Ferguson play, which is completely verbatim, from the actual grand jury testimony.
Nine actors walked out during that because they didn't like the truth.
So that's what, so we were- Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
You're just throwing a little tidbit there.
So you had the transcript of the Ferguson court case, and you just turned that into a play reading the transcript.
And you had what, nine?
Nine actors walk out?
Yes, yes.
Because the transcript was too accurate?
Yes, none of this hands up, don't shoot nonsense, right?
So when they saw that, they literally couldn't handle the truth.
And I always find when audiences see people say actual words that real people have said, they listen more intently, more carefully, because they know it's not some writer making it up.
We've been sitting around saying, you know, with Gosnell, somebody's going to make a movie that they didn't.
We had to do it.
Somebody's going to make a play about Ferguson and tell the truth.
Nobody did.
We had to do it.
FBI love for it's the same.
That's just the text messages.
But why you?
Why a guy with an Irish lilt?
What have you got to do with the dirty politics of the swamp?
Why do we have to wait for you and Anne to do it?
Well, you know what Mark Stein says about us?
He says we're an example of immigrants doing a job Americans just won't do anymore.
That's good.
That's good.
All right, so tell us the genesis.
You did the lovebirds where you had the actors reading Dean Cain, reading the literal texts of the swamp creatures inside the FBI.
So what's the genesis of this story and what's it based upon?
Is it snippets of the laptop?
Tell us.
Laptop.
His memoir.
Publicly reported documents and Hang on, Hunter has a memoir?
Yeah, it's called The Beautiful Things.
It's the only tell-all book where the author lies.
It's an addiction tell-all where the addict lies.
You know with these addict books, you know, I was down in the gutter and when I was there, Punch the kitten, you know, or whatever the worst thing you can do is, right?
And he's there and he's the hero of his own narrative.
He's never too bad.
He's never through it all.
He's always on, you know, and the people are always hiring him for the right reasons.
So smoking crack with Russian hookers is his definition of being a hero?
No, that's, that's a foreign affairs outreach.
Foreign affairs outreach.
That's, yeah, that's, that's probably why his dad calls him the most intelligent man he's ever met.
That's right.
With all that in the movie.
So we sat there and then we hired, we knew the perfect person to write this, Brian Godowa, who's now living in Texas, who's an evangelical Christian.
So he's the perfect person to write the sex, drugs and rock and roll label.
But you know what?
Christians understand sin better than liberals, I think.
Well, they understand that it's a sin.
I mean, that's the big difference.
For Christians, we know it's a sin.
For liberals, it's just a way of life.
Yes.
So Brian did a great job.
I didn't know he had such filthy ideas in that pure little brain of his.
But I suppose Hunter gave him a good roadmap.
Then we got the script and then we said to Robert Davi, You know, let me tell you, it was Magda, who was on our team, who said we should get Robert Davia.
But Robert Davia is not going to want to direct a movie, you know, produced by some Irish guys, an Irish husband and wife and written by Brian.
And Robert looked at it and, you know, and rewrote it, by the way.
And some of the best parts of it are Robert.
And then took the script, which is I thought as a journalist, my background is journalism.
I thought, you know, it was perfect.
But Robert over there in Serbia, you know, I thought it was good.
You know, we're over there in Serbia.
Robert took every scene and pumped it up, made it artistic, made it dramatic.
It's not just two people talking in a strip bar.
It's a confessional movie.
It's kind of an absurdist confessional movie.
This is what I wanted to ask you.
I want to see it, but what's the categorization?
Because the clips I've seen, we had Robert on the show for an hour last week with Alex Marlow.
It's funny.
I mean, it's edgy.
This isn't just, you know, stepping into the gutter with this depraved, decrepit man and his father.
What style of story is it?
Absurdist, dramatic comedy, you know, it's a drama, dramedy, really.
I mean, I was watching it the other night and for probably the first time in a screening room with good music and color and all that.
And, you know, I find myself getting moved by Hunter's play.
Lawrence Fox is just a genius actor.
He's a great actor.
Great British actor.
You find yourself feeling, you know, really appreciating the tragedy and humanity of Hunter Biden's life.
And then, you know, and we always wanted that.
Now, that was one thing Robert was very careful about.
We're not demonizing addiction.
We're not demonizing Hunter Biden.
Because when you humanize someone, it makes the corruption all the more easy to understand.
Right.
You know, so it's a it's a it's a comedy drama, political comedy drama.
Robert talked about American Hustle.
Yes.
Feel the Wolf of Wall Street.
It's Wolf of Wall Street as well.
This is not your grandmother's conservative movie.
You know, there are some pretty mature scenes, but nothing like what Hunter really got up to, by the way.
Right, right, right.
Look, we've got a seat.
Don't take your grandmother.

Yeah!
There's actually quite a few kids that are starting to do drag.
Do dogs do drag?
Do dogs do drag?
I mean they can.
You can dress a dog up in a dress and take him on stage with you.
For those who are listening and not watching, that is a drag queen with tiny children.
That's a man in a dress telling children they should do drag.
All right, let me try to cheer myself up.
From Missouri, we got some good news!
Team Gawker can now welcome a new live affiliate.
I hope they're alive.
It is the America First show on Newstalk 94.3 KYLS in Frederick Town, Missouri.
Welcome, Newstalk 94.3!
The family gets bigger every single day.
All right, let's have some fun.
This is from TikTok.
I know it's an evil, evil platform, but some good people put good stuff on it.
Sorry, that's one of my challenge coins falling on the desk here.
You should get yours at SebGorkerStore.com.
This is the same woman acting two different roles.
A woman from the 1950s talking to a modern, liberated lady.
Play cut.
Welcome to 2022, where you can do anything a man can do.
I am so excited to finally be here.
You are going to love it.
Feminism has done so much for women.
Do tell.
No more aprons, first of all.
Oh, do we finally have a butler to cook for us?
Oh gosh, no.
You'll just eat pre-made greasy crap out of a bag on your way to and from work.
I suppose that sounds convenient so I get to work outside the home.
Totally!
You get to sit in a cubicle all day while you stare at a computer screen chugging coffee.
So liberating, right?
I suppose.
I'm at work all day.
Will we finally have a Rosie the robot maid?
No.
You'll still have to do all the cleaning.
That's what your weekends are for.
Cleaning and laundry.
Oh, and errands and yard work.
Wait, so I have to work full-time plus still manage my home full-time?
I mean, you want to have it all, right?
Okay, but what about my husband?
Is he amazing?
What?
No, you're not married.
You live alone with your cat.
What?
You do date, though.
A lot.
You can just have sex with whoever, whenever you want.
That sounds kind of gross, actually.
Just pick them off of this app.
What about pregnancy?
Oh, there's this magic pill you take.
Totally wrecks your hormones, but keeps you from getting pregnant so you can, you know, knock some boots.
The pill is magic?
Well, it's mostly effective, but don't worry.
If by chance you do get pregnant, you can totally just kill the baby by having an abortion.
Why would I do that?
So you can get back to work, duh.
Someone has to fill that cubicle space.
Okay, am I at least happy?
Uh, I mean, yeah, as long as you don't skip your antidepressant pill.
Another magic pill.
Gotta cope somehow.
I think I'll just stay here.
Get to have purple hair.
You get to have purple hair.
Are you happy?
As long as you take your antidepressant pills.
It's satire, but what's the basis of all good satire?
Truth.
Next up, one-on-one, the man who wrote the books on the deep state, Lee Smith, the permanent coup, and the plot against the president.
Stay here on America First.
Stay here on America First.
Stay here on America First.
When you look at these pictures, you get a sense of what black life was like.
Some of them look pretty prosperous.
Divine Providence was clearly operating in the lives of black Americans.
Throughout history, black folks were honorable.
They had integrity.
That's what black people were.
We were never taught that America was bad and that we were not Americans.
We were raised to love America.
Protesters topple a statue of Christopher Columbus.
Hundreds of statues have been vandalized.
You see people trying to rewrite history.
The American people know these names have to go.
Why is that?
Whenever you have something to be proud of, People have less of a chance of controlling you.
This country is racist from top to bottom, from right to left.
And for black people to become a part of that is for them to become, in fact, anti-black, and to hate themselves.
You're a part of my friends!
There is no country in this world that a black person would rather be.
Unless, of course, they grow up in this country.
You broke the contract rules for 400 years!
Then they're fed a lie that is so deceptive The reason that that lie exists is power.
There are certain people who are using the Negro in order to establish that power in Washington.
and the Negro is just merely a pawn in a game that's bigger than he is.
We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
Music Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
This is organized crime.
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is one o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at one o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
Two Thousand Mules.
In select theaters May 2nd and 4th.
Too much of what's happening in our country today is not normal.
Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic.
Not every Republican embraces their extreme ideology.
I know, because I've been able to work with these mainstream Republicans.
But there's no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven, and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans.
And that is a threat to this country.
A declaration of war against 74 million Americans.
A declaration of war against the man who will run against the current incumbent and who, when he was a president, a scant 19 months ago, received more votes than any other incumbent in history.
We are still reeling from the speech given by Joe Biden last Thursday.
We're going to analyze what it means for you, the American people who love America, with a good friend of mine.
He is a truth teller.
That is his stock in trade.
He is the author of seminal works, Such as the plot against the President, which became the movie by Amanda Milius, and The Permanent Goo.
He is a real investigative journalist and his name is Lee Smith.
Lee, welcome to America First One-on-One.
Sebastian Gorka, thank you for inviting me on today.
What a great pleasure.
Well, it's the least I can do.
I hadn't planned it this way, but you had me live on your Epoch TV show on Friday.
That was great.
That was really, really interesting.
And I know just looking at the viewers' comments, they really loved it.
You had great stuff.
And I got you to speak about, I was very honored to get you to speak about some family history.
And some of the stuff that you've been through.
So all of your listeners now, if they haven't seen it, don't check it out for what I have to say because I've got nothing to say.
I'm just asking you questions and they'll learn from it.
So thank you for coming on and thank you for having me on today.
Well, you were a very gracious host.
Now it's time for the rematch.
Now the tables have been turned.
You are my interview subject.
You gave me the opportunity to talk about what I went through in the White House, my family background, how that steeled me for that experience.
Let's talk a little bit about you first before we get to your latest piece, which is a fascinating analysis of the real reasons for why the FBI executed that state-sanctioned burglary of the president's private residence at Mar-a-Lago.
But we met because of our past lives.
Your expertise in the Middle East, mine in counterterrorism.
Before you wrote the two seminal works that I've already mentioned, you had a book called The Strong Horse on politics in the Middle East.
So who is Lee Smith and how did you arrive at where you are today?
So give those who are unfamiliar with you a little bit of the backstory.
Yeah, well, you know, I mean, what that book is about, The Strong Horse, I was raised in New York.
I was living in New York at the time of 9-11, and I wanted to know what had happened to my hometown.
And so I moved first to Egypt, then I moved to Lebanon, spent some time in Israel, Jerusalem in particular, beautiful, wonderful city, Jerusalem.
And Beirut, tragically, has been a beautiful city in the past, but now it's in deep trouble and very deep waters.
And Cairo has many problems of its own, but also some great, great, important, interesting people.
I think that one of the most important things, I think that the stuff that we saw on 9-11, and I think for both of us, our study of the Middle East and our study of these very ugly regimes.
It's sad, but helpful.
And so far as I think we learn to, by looking at these regimes, we learn to recognize problems as they've arisen here in the United States, both with the Obama administration, then with the attacks on Donald Trump, the The national security apparatus designed to protect American citizens weaponized and turned against American citizens.
Donald Trump.
Donald Trump aides like yourself, like Michael Flynn.
And as we see, like Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, and of course, Trump supporters.
And that's what we saw with Joe Biden's very peculiar and dark speech.
And I think most Americans who saw that speech Even astonishingly, I've been surprised to learn the last few days that even some people on the left were somewhat taken aback by that speech, because it really does look like it comes out of, well, some sort of combination of the third world and hell.
No, that's a very good way of describing it.
You're a man of precision.
Your work is a delight to read because you're thoughtful and it comes across in your writing.
So let's be very precise about the taxonomy of the current situation because we throw around the word communist, totalitarian, authoritarian.
But those regimes that we are very familiar with, especially my family for example, you know, totalitarian means something.
It means the state has a total influence on everything you do, from the job you have to the healthcare you have, everything.
What you're allowed to say, what you're not allowed to say.
But perhaps your experience in the Middle East, in countries that aren't failed states, aren't fully authoritarian, but are dysfunctional and where saying the wrong thing can immediately end your political life, can end your business life, sometimes can end your life.
What do you think are the best words to describe where we are?
Because, yes, we have political persecution.
President Trump is being politically targeted.
The people you mentioned, Mike Flynn, Navarro, Bannon, these are political targets of a regime using state power.
But at the same time, this isn't Venezuela and this isn't East Berlin.
So have you thought of the best adjectives to help us grapple with the situation we're in?
That's a really interesting question, and I'm very grateful for you asking it.
I haven't nailed it down exactly, but maybe you and I speaking about it will be able to come to a closer definition.
Basically, what I think is this.
We've heard people call everyone from AOC to Barack Obama to Chuck Schumer communists, right?
Look, it has a feel like the Chinese Communist Party.
There's a feel, and there are totalitarian, the progressive movement is totalitarian in some ways.
But to describe exactly what's going on here, the way that I'm thinking about it right now is that it's an oligarchy.
We have rule by the few.
They've secured power for themselves.
It's a combination of political elites and corporate elites as well, with a courtier class surrounding them, meaning the press.
And what's interesting is it's given me reason to go back and think about what totalitarian regimes really are.
Whether we're talking about the Chinese Communist Party, whether we're talking about the Soviet Union, Whether we're talking about post-Peloponnesian war, Athens, it's always ruled by a few, and it depends.
Those oligarchies, if we're talking about Athens, those oligarchies had a particular kind of ideology which would be entirely lost on us now.
The kinds of ideologies that we recognize now, if we're talking about communism, we know very much what that looks like.
So it's important for us to figure out what the ideology is driving And shielding this regime, right?
You have all these, I mean, all these financiers who are holding trillions of dollars, like Larry Fink and BlackRock.
So these people aren't really communists.
But what are they?
They use a woke ideology in order to assert monopolies and in order to assert power in certain places.
And their relationship with political elites, that's the center of power right now, corporate elites and political elites.
This is always what oligarchies are about.
What we have to discern is, or describe, is the actual ideology that protects them, right?
Because their whole thing is, oh no, we're anti-racist, we're pro-trans identity, we're anti-this, we're anti-that, we're pro-open borders, but it's not really open borders.
We're helping, we're acknowledging people's right to asylum.
And all of these things are nonsense.
So we recognize it as lies, an ideology that's obscuring or meant to obscure what's really going on.
And what is really going on is this rule by the few.
I think, and I'm using this conversation to help develop my thoughts.
I think it's far closer to the original fascism of the Mussolini state than it is to communism, because what you have is the voluntary self-cooptation of the business class into the ideological center.
So nobody's forcing Mark Zuckerberg.
Mark Zuckerberg is actually giving $400 million to help corrupt the elections.
So it's far more that oligarchical self-cooptation.
We're talking to Lee Smith.

I was on it for the last episode.
But let's talk about your piece for Tablet Magazine.
The title... Can I say something just about what you were advertising about the trip to Israel?
Which sounds wonderful.
It sounds fantastic.
Join us!
I'd love to, because you know what?
Basically, my favorite body of water in the world, the Sea of Galilee, also known, the Israelis call it Lake Kinneret now.
It is so beautiful.
It's so extraordinary.
And I remember the first time I was walking around there, I was walking around with an Israeli friend.
Saying, wow, this is around where Jesus and his disciples lived and walked.
And it's just such a special place.
And it's so beautiful.
And one of the most wonderful things about the Kinneret is, one, you get to the other side and you go up to Golan.
They have marvelous steakhouses.
The people on the Golan, they fancy themselves as cowboys.
So they have wonderful steak.
They have wonderful wine and it's beautiful views.
So I wasn't planning on helping advertise that tour, but it sounds wonderful.
And just thinking about the Golan and Lake Kinneret, the Sea of Galilee.
Yeah, we're going to be going to the Golan as well.
Listen to this man.
He sold it better than I ever could.
But seriously, just this one thing.
I've been to Israel many, many times, but think of this.
You will be standing Where Jesus stood.
I mean, do you need more of a pitch?
Do you need more of a pitch?
Okay, you will be where he told the parables.
You will be where he got into that fishing boat.
So that should be reason enough.
Thank you, Lee.
It's StandWithIsraelTour.com.
Alright, so the title of the piece is Why Did the FBI Raid Mar-a-Lago?
So, it's a great piece, it's an unusually long piece, which is, you know, people don't do journalism like this anymore, or hardly.
We've had, in the last three weeks, it's quite stunning.
So first we have the pre-story of the National Archives reaching out, the FBI coming to inspect, taking away some boxes saying put a better lock on your archive door, the president's lawyer saying yes okay we did that.
Then the FBI raids at gunpoint the same building that they inspected two months previously Broke off drilled drilled through the lock they requested President Trump put on his archive door and then we have this this six days of It was archival material.
It was classified material.
We had to take it back and put it in the archives.
Then we had, oh no, it was the nuclear codes.
It's nuclear secrets.
And then lastly, just before this, this very peculiar, I mean really third world-ish press conference that lasted for three and a half minutes, no questions were taken by Merrick Garland.
And then before that, the leak is, it's about the Espionage Act.
President Trump is working with, you know, Kim, little Kim in North Korea.
So walk us through from the statements made by Kash Patel, the Breitbart article that is cited as a piece of evidence in the affidavit, what Lee Smith thinks is the real reason for this state-sanctioned burglary?
Yeah.
Well, thanks.
Thanks for reading it and recommending it.
When it first happened, I mean, my assumption was that it was just all about January 6th.
It was a pretext to break into the home of the former president of the United States and look for whatever they could find.
I mean, not evidence, but look for whatever garbage they could find to try to tie Donald Trump to the three and a half hour long protest that occasionally turned violent on January 6th, 2021.
It was not an insurrection.
This is preposterous propaganda coming from the progressive faction.
So I thought they were just going to look for something regarding January 6th and try to hang that on Donald Trump.
As I started to look at the timeline, though, and as I started to listen, some of our friends, some congressional investigators who had worked on the Russia probe were looking into the FBI's abuses and crimes and their investigation of Donald Trump.
They started to signal that it probably, they don't know for sure, but that it probably had a lot to do with Russiagate.
And as I started to look at it more and more, and as I started to put the timeline together, that's my conclusion too.
I think that they broke into, or I think there's good evidence, circumstantial evidence certainly, that the reason they broke into Donald Trump's home was to find if he still had uh... or if he had made copies of documents that he had previously declassified so again would be entirely one hundred percent legal for him to have these documents.
But the important point is documents that implicated the fbi and others in the illegal surveillance of president trump his campaign in his administration so this was a a Under the cover of a raid to protect classified information, this was an attempt to take back the evidence against the FBI and reclassify and deep-six it.
That's your theory.
Yeah, and that's a very good point.
That actually, you go a little bit further than I had, because the article I had, I'm explaining a lot.
But what you just said about reclassifying it, I think that's really important.
So I think that's what they want.
I think that's the purpose.
They went to go into Mar-a-Lago, look for these documents that expose their corruption and crimes.
They took it back.
And now their intention is to, I believe, their intention is to hide it again.
Under a counterintelligence investigation.
They've probably had a counterintelligence investigation open on Donald Trump since 2016.
That's what Crossfire Hurricane is.
A counterintelligence investigation.
My suspicion is that they've never closed that investigation.
Or they've opened up other ones as well.
And so that's what I think.
If they found those documents, it appears they did not.
From reporting.
And if they were to find the documents, or even if they don't, they'll reclassify them because they're calling this a counterintelligence investigation.
Right, an ongoing investigation, the documents of which cannot be released.
I mean, this is the crucial point.
And by the way, just one... You make a really good point.
I think that's exactly what's going on.
One historical addendum, a crossfire hurricane, which was used against George Papadopoulos, Mike Flynn, is the only tri-service operation of its kind in American history.
The only operation involving the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA against an active presidential campaign.
That is the enormity of what we are discussing.
We're posting the article right now Why did the FBI raid Mar-a-Lago?
It's the reason we came up with this.

Now, I'm leery of doing this, Lee, but... So, I follow this pretty well.
I would say you, Dan Bongino, John Sullivan and Greg Jarrett, you are the quadrumvirate of the people who really know Russia hoax, collusion hoax, quid pro quo, crossfire hurricane.
If you want to understand the deep state, you need to read the books by those four gentlemen.
Thank you, Seth.
I think, thanks to you guys and being a target of most of that stuff, I keep track of 60% of what you guys do.
But my depth of knowledge, I think, is a fraction of the enormity of the corruption.
Now, you have this universal cosmic appraisal because of the books you've written, but It's almost impossible to keep track of it, because you pull one thread that's just about the FBI, and then it links over here to the NSA, to the CIA, and there's this whole panoply, there's this spider's web of state-sanctioned targeting.
Is that an overstatement, Lee?
No, I think you're absolutely right.
I think that's something that happened during the first few years of the administration in which you served.
Is that I think a whole bunch of different bodies and a whole bunch of different factions across America, whether this was the media, whether it was the Democratic Party, whether it was the national security apparatus, whether it was Wall Street.
Whether it was Hollywood, I think a whole bunch of people looked at Donald Trump and they believe that Donald Trump threatened very, very important political as well as financial interests.
And so I think when you look at this incredible network, I think that's exactly what happened.
It's enormous because it's outside of government as well, right?
It's not just the Democratic Party.
And here's something else I want to say, which I think is very, very important.
I think it's right for us to talk about Hillary Clinton and the Clintons.
They have been such a destructive and horrible influence on American society over the last quarter century.
They're terrible, terrible people.
And while Hillary Clinton, while the Clinton campaign paid for the Steele dossier, I think a central fact that we need to come back to is all these intelligence operatives were employed, all these intelligence officials were employed by Barack Obama.
That was his FBI.
It was his CIA.
It was his NSA.
And we often lose sight of that.
And so let's remember right now, That Barack Obama's vice president, Joe Biden, is now the commander in chief of this country.
So it's not as though it's something that came from outside of the American government.
This was going on starting in 2016 at the latest.
The targeting of Donald Trump was going on inside the American government.
But and let's just add another, you know, Splash of color.
We now know, thanks to the declassified DOJ meeting memo, that it was then-Vice President Joe Biden who, in an Oval Office meeting with Obama and the then-Acting Attorney General, said, use the Logan Act to target Mike Flynn.
So this isn't something that happened when we moved in to the White House.
There is a, as the Court of Law would put it, there's a fact pattern to what we are observing, and the fact that the person really running the DOJ now isn't this pathetic little meat puppet of a man that if you'd shout, boo to, Merrick Garland would fall over.
It's Elisa Monaco, who was, of course, Obama's Disastrous counter-terrorism advisor who basically brought us ISIS with her incompetence.
So this is a massively important point.
This is the zombie-like perpetuation of the Obama-era deep state.
We're talking to Lee Smith.
The article is, Why Did the FBI Raid Mar-a-Lago?

Do you eschew labels, or if you don't eschew them, what label do you give yourself?
Are you an author?
Are you an investigative journalist?
What box would you put Lee Smith in?
Yeah, those are both nice.
I'm a journalist.
Oh, and by the way, I don't want to get in trouble with these ladies because they're tough cookies.
When I talked about the quadrumverate, I was talking about guys or gals who'd written books on these issues.
There are some more who are doing sterling investigative work.
You've got to add Margo Cleveland, Julie Kelly on these issues.
Who else am I leaving out on?
Deep State, Collusion, Molly Hemingway.
No, there's a whole bunch.
I mean, look, Seb, as you know, one of the real blessings of this particular moment is that with all the people doing this hard work to help put this information before the American public, I mean, you had people in government like former Congressman Devin Nunes and like Cash Patel.
Yes.
But there's a lot of journalists and people, you know, of course, they're journalists because they're going to compete with each other.
But everyone is learning from each other.
And there are people on Twitter and people on Truth Social that we've learned so much from.
I mean, you know, guys named like Technofog, Hans Manke, Jeff Carlson.
Or Darren Beattie.
Yeah, absolutely.
Darren Beattie.
Jan Jekielek.
No, absolutely.
So in comparison to the size of The media, it's infinitesimal but we're going to give them credit.
So I have this discussion with you about categories and boxes because for me, and don't take this the wrong way, you bring a very peculiar or valuable angle because I see you as a kind of You're not just a writer or investigative journalist.
You have a bent to you, perhaps because of your prior work, that's a little bit anthropological, a little bit of historic.
You bring a broader aperture of analysis to these issues that isn't just at the tactical level but puts it into the sociological as well.
So if I'm allowed to do that, Let's stay on that.
Very kind.
It's really nice.
Thank you.
I appreciate it.
And I think it really is, you know, it separates you from the rest.
It puts you at a meta level of analysis.
What does all of this that we've been discussing now for half an hour, Mean anthropologically, sociologically, and historically for America.
Where are we?
Because with that speech, we are, I think, having crossed the Rubicon.
There's no president in history, even during the Civil War, Who basically called the other side the enemy.
Who said the MAGA Republicans are a clear and present danger.
Nobody has used that legal terminology to say the Democrats or the Republicans or the Whigs or whatever it is.
That just happens.
So where is America right now and what are you most afraid of?
Well, I mean, I'll start off with the last question.
Well, first of all, thanks very much for that really generous assessment.
I think one of the important things, and you and I have discussed this before, is to explain for us to learn and for us to explain where we are so we don't make mistakes, so we don't blunder into something dangerous.
And especially violent, so we don't make these terrible mistakes that have destroyed countries throughout recorded history.
I think the speech is very important, as you say, and I was just thinking about it this morning.
And what I thought was that those kinds of speeches are usually directed against foreign adversaries, right?
So people were very funny on social media.
I mean, not incorrectly, I think.
I'm comparing him to, you know, to all sorts of totalitarian leaders, including Hitler.
And there was, frankly, a lot of the a lot of the core emotions felt not entirely dissimilar.
But look, this is what people would say about we're going to invade France.
The French are monsters.
Or this is what you know, this is how the What?
It's just the way that we describe or leaders typically describe foreign countries, especially weak countries.
But it's how they describe countries that they are at war with or are about to be imminently at war with.
Absolutely right.
Absolutely right.
This is it's meant to.
Yeah, it's dehumanizing language.
It's exterminationist language, exterminationist language, finally.
Because insofar as it does incite violence, they're like, look, they're a big threat.
We have to get rid of this threat.
That's exterminationism.
Look, the problem for Joe Biden and the progressive faction, whoever's lining up behind them is, And he can try to refine his language when he says, oh, I wasn't talking about all Republicans, just talking about MAGA and Donald Trump.
Well, Donald Trump got nearly 75 million votes in 2020.
So he is talking about half the country.
Look, the fact is, that's a lot of people.
Are you sure that you want to use that kind of language?
You want to use that sort of war-like or actual language of war against half your population.
It's not wise, because these things are always very hard to game.
First of all, rhetorically, right?
How many people want to stand behind that?
There was something fascinating that happened when Donald Trump's home was raided.
And Andrew Cuomo, disgraced former governor of New York, said, well, I hope the DOJ has something because that doesn't look good with what they did.
People on the left are starting to understand the kind of danger the Biden administration is walking them into.
So it's not just that he's attacking the right.
Not just attacking Ultramaga or whoever he wants to point it out.
There are people who are behind him who are going to get out of the way because they're very worried about what he's doing.
They recognize it's very foolish and it's very dangerous.
So while I think we're at a dangerous time right now, I do believe that people are starting to wise up Even some on the left, we saw right after the speech, there were even some people on CNN who said, boy, using the Marines like that, that's really, you know, it would be bad if the Republicans did it.
And it's bad when Joe Biden does it.
So I think there are people who are starting finally to come to terms with the fact that Joe Biden is pushing this country in a very dangerous direction.
I certainly think that there are lots of progressives who are 100% behind him, but let's remember, these are people who live actually in a bubble, in the beltway.
This is the most dangerous thing, that the people who probably wrote the speech, who cleared the speech, who said, yes, let's have green, You know, demonic lighting.
Have no idea how it looks to tens or hundreds of millions of people.
The book is The Permanent Coup, The Plot Against the President.
Also a movie as well.

Okay, play these Schumachert guys.
You take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.
So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
What do you think the intelligence community would do if they were motivated to?
I don't know, but from what I am told, they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them.
Lee Smith, that's the majority leader of the Senate threatening President Trump, saying, you know what, you don't behave yourself.
And the intelligence communities that are the federal government that work for you, they can take you out.
They've got seven ways from Sunday.
That's on a cable TV show.
That's on Rachel Mandel.
This isn't just a case of rogue senior agents and one-off outliers.
This is a political elite doing what they are doing to conservatives, correct?
Well, Seb, you asked before about what we're up against, and I think that's a pretty good picture.
If you look at the emotional content of what's going on there, you have both a well-known journalist and you have, as you said, the Senate majority leader right now, and they're both smiling, right?
The idea is like, these are the Renfields of America.
This is what the progressive movement is, right?
Go, I want to see the security services hurt the president of the United States.
Do it, master.
Everyone would enjoy it so much.
It's disgusting.
Donald Trump was elected by the American people, and the idea that an American politician like Chuck Schumer and an American journalist would enjoy the kind of pain that would be inflicted by Stasi-like security services, it's repulsive.
But again, it's a very good picture of where we are right now and what we're up against.
I'm so glad you brought a little tinge of humor to our discussion.
These are the Renfields of the Deep State.
Absolutely the insane servant, the supplicant for Count Dracula.
Eating the flies in the insane asylum in the original Bram Stoker.
I want to say a thank you to you, Lee, for never backing down, for being committed to the truth.
What is your message to your fellow Americans in the last few seconds we have regarding what we've witnessed in the last six years?
Yeah, that we're blessed to be living through meaningful times.
We get to fight for our country.
We get to meet new people, great friends.
Like you said, people who are standing up for the same thing.
It's a marvelous time.
I wish it wasn't so hard in many ways.
It'll be less hard for our children and our grandchildren, and people will talk about what we're doing and how we're fighting, how your viewers are fighting, what they're doing, how they're standing up for themselves.
So be proud.
We're Americans.
We're going to get through it, and we are blessed.
As the old Chinese curse goes, may you live in interesting times.
We live in interesting times.
Lee Smith is chronicling it every day.

We are blessed to be living in meaningful times.
It's not easy, but easy times are rarely meaningful.
God bless you, Lee Smith.
