Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Because I'm sure you get stopped all the time, I do as well, by worried investors saying, you know, I've just lost millions.
You know, how do we know if the bottom is near?
Have we bottomed now?
No, generally a bottom, and I've seen this movie so many times before, is you need a big institution to go bankrupt.
That always helps.
I mean, you have to sacrifice an institution to get this to work, because then you get a dramatic flushing of equity positions as panic sets in, margin calls are called in, shorts, you know, are bought, basically bought themselves in already.
And then you get this big leg down, usually it's five to 10%.
And that is the bottom process we need.
Now, this time, I was thinking it might be in the crypto space, but that's already been decimated.
And so it may be something else, a financial services company, or, you know, there was some rumors about Coinbase that turned out not to be true, but you need somebody's offside somewhere on a leveraged hedge position.
You just don't know who it is yet.
And they're big.
And we're going to wake up in the next 10 days, 20 days, and you're going to find out there is zero.
That's a good thing.
And I'm waiting for that to happen because we're getting close to the bottom here.
The Great Flushing.
Welcome, dear friends.
That's, I think he's known as Mr. Wonderful.
Kevin O'Leary, a very, very successful businessman from Canada, apparently, who is known for his shark tank antics.
And he says, you know, we haven't reached the bottom yet.
It's not going to get better until we have a great Flushing.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Welcome to America First on a glorious Monday.
That isn't a very slow news Monday.
We have an amazing slew of topics to talk to you.
We have some primaries tomorrow.
We're going to be talking to Lee Zeldin.
We're going to have some amazing guests.
Perhaps one of your favorites, Victor Davis Hanson.
For the whole third hour, one-on-one, to discuss Mar-a-Lago and police tactics in America.
But first, the Great Flushing.
He's right.
You don't have to be an amazing economist.
You don't have to have degrees from Berkeley or Stanford or Yale.
When does an economy that is Overheated.
When does an economy that has rising inflation, how does it get fixed?
It doesn't get fixed by tinkering at the edges.
Either there has to be a massive geopolitical event, such as a war, which revitalizes or completely changes that economy.
Look what happened to America.
We stayed out of World War II until Pearl Harbor.
We engaged in 1941.
From 41 to 45, we became the greatest economy the world had ever seen.
We were producing tanks, artillery, bombers, fighter planes in former refrigerator factories, car factories, typewriter... Thompson machine guns, submachine guns, were being made in typewriter factories!
And it changed America forever.
The Arsenal of Democracy, as Roosevelt called it, turned us into an unstoppable army.
Why?
Because we mobilized 12 million GIs and Marines to save Western civilization from itself again, like we did with the doughboys in 1917.
And we had to arm them, we had to feed them, we had to get them to those war zones.
That's how we created the modern economy that is America.
But if it's not a wall that does that, where does the correction come from?
I'm sorry, I got some bad news for you.
Number one, even if there were people in the White House that knew what they are doing and they don't, you saw the recent survey, 62% of those in economic policy positions in the White House have never Never worked in the private sector for a day!
How would they know what it means to make payroll?
What do they know about supply and demand?
Nothing!
Absolutely nothing!
So, even if you had the greatest names in economics, Ludwig von Mises et al., the whole Chicago school, Milton Friedman running the White House,
You wouldn't be able to drastically fix things unless you had a leader that allowed the economy to breathe, got the government off the backs of the small and medium-sized businesses that employ 60% of the Americans that work today.
Oh, sorry, prior to COVID.
By the way, breaking news, I think I broke it almost first within minutes of it becoming public.
Goodbye Fauci.
Fauci is leaving after 38 years as the director.
He is leaving the NIH infectious diseases position he's had.
Why?
Why is he leaving?
Because he knows he's going to win the elections.
I guess we can sue him now.
We'll talk about that later.
Tell us what you think about Fauci announcing his retirement.
The number here is 833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
But back to Mr. Wonderful's idea of the Great Flushing.
3334-6752.
But back to Mr. Wonderful's idea of the great flushing.
If you have incompetents in the White House who don't know anything about anything except hating conservatives and using Gestapo-like tactics against a former president, then you can't fix the system.
Then the system has to fix itself.
How does it do that?
One giant actor like Lehman Brothers, one massive, overheated, over-leveraged entity has to go bust.
That's what happened in 2008.
All those incredibly dodgy packaged mortgage deals That were worse than junk bonds that were being traded like black holes back and forth with no regard for how bad the fundamentals underlying each of those packages was?
Well somebody one day just called the bluff and said, yep those are garbage!
Those billions of dollars worth of mortgages that were given to people who can't pay the mortgage?
Well, we're just going to default.
They mean nothing.
They have no value as freely traded assets.
And then what happens?
The system crashes.
That's what he's referring to.
A great flushing.
It's imminent here.
Why?
Because we have two more years.
Two more years.
Yes, I know if we do our work and it is up to us.
November is totally up to us.
We've got to make sure the state houses do the job so the Democrats can't steal the election.
That's on you, because they're not going to do it by themselves.
They have to be so shaken, so afraid to lose their positions, that the GOP state houses, such as in Pennsylvania, do their damned job to secure the elections, number one.
No monkeypox excuse for mailing out 80 billion ballots.
No voting for two months as opposed to one election day.
So number one, it's up to us to make sure that the states do their job as they constitutionally swore to do.
And then secondly, we've got to win those elections.
We've got to run for those positions.
We've got to get out there, put ourselves in the arena as candidates or right there shoulder to shoulder with the candidates to guarantee that they win.
Every single one of you listening has to spread the word and recruit people to the cause because then what happens?
Yes, okay, we win in November.
We get 55, 65 seats in the House.
If Mitch McConnell gets out of our way, we'll take back the Senate.
And then at least we can strangle the monster that is the federal government right now and stop the insane spending.
87,000 additional IRS agents, more than doubling the size of the IRS.
We can strangle them in the crib by controlling the purse strings.
But then the economy has to fix itself.
And it's going to be scary.
Get ready for it.
Educate yourself.
Get engaged.
Have a plan B. I've got a plan B. You know what it is.
This is America First.

Because we've got a republic to save.
Mic's on.
Alright.
How's it going, Rumblers?
600 of you.
Welcome, welcome, welcome.
One and all.
What did he say?
He says Wednesday he can come on.
Oh, Gruul?
That's what Jeff said, yeah.
Yes.
Three and a half minutes.
Title for that monologue?
Um, Mr. Wonderful's Great Flushing with a capital G, capital F. Great Flushing.
Kind of like when, uh, I think it was Ross Perot who said great sucking sound when he described NAFTA.
Uh-huh.
That's right.
Yeah.
Hey, will you ask, Jeff, will you ask, unless you're backed up, Sean Davis to do a one-on-one?
Yeah.
Nice.
Alrighty.
That's right.
Yeah, New York is gonna be fun.
Again, there's one other primary that's interesting besides the Nadler race, and that's District 10, which is kind of a newly drawn seat where the incumbent there is Mondaire Jones, a freshman who was elected two years ago.
He was with Nadler at that first press conference in front of the Supreme Court calling for, you know, expanding the court.
Yeah.
He made sure to mention at least five times the fact that he is a gay black man, like as a gay black man, this, that.
But it looks like he probably won't win because this new district is not at all like the one he won before.
And that's the one where the new front runner is Dan Goldman, one of the lawyers who led the first impeachment of Trump.
Oh, yes.
Quoting Trump endorsed him the other day as a joke.
So like, that'll be, that'll be good.
Yeah.
Those endorsements are driving the left insane.
I think it might actually... He endorsed Maloney, I think.
That might help Nadler, for all we know.
Like, I think it would have been really funny if he endorsed Nadler to see what the left does there, but... What's the crazy woman who's running in Florida?
What's her name again?
Laura Loomer.
I want to see this video of her.
She's running against a Republican incumbent this time.
I don't know what she's thinking.
Last time she was running... It's a nutcase!
I know, I know, I know.
I've met her.
She's Looney Tunes.
Loomer Tunes.
Come on, I need a video.
Video, video, video.
Which one?
There's always so many of them.
Recently, there was a campaign event.
Of course, Nick Fuentes is pushing her.
Which is crazy, because he hates Israel, but she supports Israel.
Like, she's a self-described Zionist, so I'm like, of all people, he would endorse.
Oh, the Fuentes boys were out in force in my DMs at the weekend.
Man, they are sad.
What, over the nuance bro thing?
Over the pedo that was arrested, who was a buddy of Fuentes.
Oh, I did hear about that.
Yeah, he threatened to shoot up a TPUSA conference.
Yeah, they are not happy that we speak the truth about anti-Semite scumbags.
And he also, yeah, he had child porn on his phone.
That's very Trad.
That's very Trad.
50 seconds.
That's so Christian.
Do you want to come in with anything?
No, I'm going to do...
Come in with the new audio, Alex.
For audio.
Alex.
Yep.
All right.
35 seconds. 35 seconds. 36 seconds.
36 seconds.
Well, that can't be said for these families in Ukraine.
In fact, they are still huddled in shelters, they're still huddled together in makeshift refugee camps and they're trying to do the best that they can just to give their children a little food to survive.
That is Paul Jacobs of Food for the Poor talking about how they are helping.
They've shipped more than 11 million meals to the children who are suffering in that war zone.
Our Food for the Poor campaign will be ending in a couple of days.
If you haven't donated already, please, will you help make a difference?
These children do not deserve to suffer.
It's a story that's out of the news, but it's been seven months of fighting.
The Ukrainians aren't going to stop.
The Russians aren't going to stop.
But the women and children should not be suffering and at least we can get them some food.
They have the food donated to them.
We just need to get it into the war zone.
A donation just once of $50 is 200 meals for the refugees.
$100 is 400 meals.
If you can spare $100, if you survived COVID and you can't imagine living in a war zone where you have to go and fight and your wife, your daughter, your children have to stay.
or are bombed out of their home, please make a difference.
Call today 855-330-HOPE or just go to my webpage sebgorka.com and click on the Help Ukraine food for the poor banner at the very top.
That number again 855-330-4743 or just go to sebgorka.com and click on the food for the poor banner at the top that says Help Ukraine.
All right, so Mitch McConnell, I asked Jeff to get me all this.
Jeff, is Jeff there?
How many hours?
I asked you to get me all the Mitch McConnell responses to the FBI raid of his president's private residence.
How long did it take you to find all of those cuts and get them ready for the show?
About 10 seconds, because they don't really exist.
Because he hasn't said anything, has he?
Nope.
I thought that would be the case.
I didn't want to just trust my hunches.
You scoured, and the only thing we found is this.
It's been two weeks now, guys.
Two weeks since I raided.
First time ever in American history.
A former president's home.
Not just a former president, a president who will run for the presidency again.
So he is the man, the opposition, the person against whom Biden has to run.
And this is the only thing Mitch McConnell said.
He was in his home state and he was asked to comment on the raid against President Trump.
Here's his sole response.
What is your reaction to the FBI raid yesterday?
I'm here today to talk about the flood and recover from the flood.
What is your response to the raid?
I'm here to talk about the flood and the response to the flood.
Okay.
What about when you got back to your office?
What about when you did a press conference about politics, not about the flood?
See, Mitch McConnell is why we are here today.
Mitch McConnell is why we elected President Trump.
Because Mitch McConnell, he doesn't care about you.
He doesn't care about the people who've had their lives ruined because of that flood.
He cares about doing business.
Well, he cares about his wife's business with China.
We'll talk about that later.
But he personally cares about doing business with the Democrats, as he has done for decades.
And here's a little reminder.
Here's one clip that Mr. G did find about Mitch McConnell and the man who ordered the raid on President Trump before he was the Attorney General.
Mitch McConnell on Merrick Garland five years ago.
Cut to, play cut.
Senator McConnell is weighing in on who he thinks should be FBI director.
Take a listen to this.
Yeah, actually I have spoken with the President about it.
I recommended Merrick Garland.
It might surprise some people.
Yeah, it may surprise people, but he has a deep background in criminal law.
He was the prosecutor in the Oklahoma City bombing case.
And I think it would make it clear that President Trump will continue the tradition at the FBI of having an apolitical professional.
An A political professional.
Oh, and the Oklahoma bombing case.
That was, oh, that was such a difficult and well handled case, wasn't it?
I mean, they caught the guy straight away and his accomplice.
So why is that a positive mark?
Merrick Garland should be the director of the FBI because he's so professional and unbiased.
Oh, really?
This is the man who approved of the raid three weeks before it happens, because this is peculiar.
If this is about national security, if this is about nuclear codes, then why did you wait three weeks after you approved it?
I mean, if it's about nuclear weapons and the Espionage Act, why didn't you helicopter in the SWAT team straight away and rappel onto the roof of Mar-a-Lago?
Because it's all a smokescreen.
He intimated as much on my show when he was on after the raid, and he made it even more explicit at the weekend on Mark Levin's show.
Kash Patel... Well, he's kind of given it away.
Cat's out of the bag.
Kash Patel, who, let's just remind ourselves, Former DOJ Counterterrorism Prosecutor, Chief Investigator for Devin Nunes Intelligence Committee of the House, then in the Trump Administration he rose to Chief of Staff of the Pentagon, and then lastly, Deputy Director of National Intelligence, said what?
That the documents inside Mar-a-Lago Pertained in part to the Russia hoax.
Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
The targeting of President Trump's presidential campaign.
Documents, by the way, that before he left office, President Trump declassified.
In total.
All of them.
Declassified.
So what could be the real reason The real reason could be to reclassify those documents, to bind them up in judicial, federal classifications that mean they can protect the FBI.
Could that be the real reason?
I got a text this morning from the man that helps design all of the things that we put on our website.
And for just like 20 seconds on my Newsmax show yesterday, and when I was hosting for Greg Kelly on Friday, I mentioned the thing I designed in my anger, the FBI's Biden's Gestapo t-shirts and mugs.
And maybe I thought it was a little edgy.
It is now the best-selling item.
Why?
Because it's resonated with you.
Because you agree with me.
We are living in a state where the White House can order a politically motivated police attack.
Did you get yours?
Go today.
SevGorkaStore.com.
That's S-E-V-G-O-R-K-A-Store.com.

Thede Music by Ben Thede You don't have, did I ever send you my photograph of me on my Mustang?
You might have a long time ago.
I'm trying to remember.
When I first lost weight.
I'm not entirely sure.
Might want to send it again just in case.
No, the trouble is I'd have to dig like crazy.
Oh, okay.
I think I might still have the ones let me see if I still have the ones of you like the vest and the shirt oh yeah I should have the Do you want to use those?
Uh, yeah, sure.
Okay, let me get them.
Give me a moment here to find them again.
Oh, wait!
Oh, hang on one second.
I think I do have the Mustang one right here.
Give me a moment.
Readjust the proportions.
Alright, um...
Show it to him, guy.
This one?
Yes!
Okay.
Do you have the original in a format I can email to Dr. Lucas?
Uh, I think I have it here on the computer.
I should be able to forward you an email.
Alright, I'm gonna use that photograph.
And then the waistcoat one.
The vest.
Alright.
Sorry.
The vest!
Sorry, sorry.
The vest.
A friend of mine was telling me the other day that apparently, like, really rich people, their term for bathrobe is housecoat.
What?
And I'm like... That's like 80 years ago.
And usually that's for women, it's not for men.
I'm going to check my relief factor.
Okay, 50%.
Yes guys, I actually take it twice a day.
And I think on Friday I'm going to take a lot of it, or Thursday.
Okay, 45 seconds.
Oh my gosh, look at all that.
All the migrants being bused to New York.
Of course.
All right.
I am in the house, but it's the new Dr. G. Why?
Because of the amazing solution Dr. Ashley Lucas provided me.
Can we just show what I look like for people who just see me from the waist up every single day on Rumble?
This is me on my 1966 Mustang after I lost more than 30 pounds in just the first five weeks of PhD weight loss and nutrition.
I feel like a new man.
It is the Mark II Dr. G. I've lost 40 pounds in total.
That should be you.
That could be you.
It just feels so good.
Talk to them today.
Make your first consultation.
That's me in my former tight-fitting vest that I had to take it in because I lost so much weight.
Look at that!
That's a custom-made suit!
I look like a bloody Circus Tent.
Call today, 864-644-1900 or just go to myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
Watching footage on the TV of another bus of illegal immigrants arriving in New York City.
I have to ask, Mr. G, are you out there?
I'm here.
Have you ever been wrong about anything in politics in your 40 years on the planet?
A couple of things, but not very much.
Right, like two things in 40 years?
Yeah, just about that.
Okay, that sounds about right.
Could we both have been wrong about the busing migrants?
Because it seems to be exerting pressure, because we thought this was just a silly stunt.
That was the one thing on my mind when you just asked the question.
I was completely wrong about that.
I thought it was a dumb stunt that he was doing.
But the reaction by Adams has been fantastic.
I didn't think he would get like that.
So it is working, isn't it?
It was a good idea, I will say that.
Alright, we'll give that to Abbott.
We'll give that one thing to Abbott.
Alright, Mayor Culper.
Okay, two things in 40 years.
Not a bad batting average from Mr. G. I think I got wrong once.
Oh yes, one thing in 52 years.
That's Bill Barr being a good guy.
But I was acting on information from people I trust.
Let's go to your calls.
833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
And Bill Bart, you are a scumbag.
Swamp creature.
Extraordinaire.
Line 1, Al, California.
Hey, Sebastian.
I have two questions for you.
But first, if I come up with something really special for Friday, could I make a second call this week?
If not, that's okay.
No, you need to ask it now, because I have to go in for some elective surgery on Friday.
So we will have a guest host in studio.
So guys, if you're... No, actually on Thursday.
So I'll be having surgery Thursday.
I'll be out Thursday and Friday.
Keep me in your prayers.
It's no biggie, but I hate going under general anesthetic.
So if you want to ask a gun question today and not on Friday... No.
No?
No, I've got... Here are my two questions.
Yes.
I didn't realize what was going on.
Here's the scenario.
There's a fence.
Private fence on private property.
There was a National Guardsman and a Humvee, and there were about 35 illegal aliens on the Mexican side, and they were guarding the border, which is what a National Guardsman does.
Yeah.
And the Border Patrolman comes up in a green uniform, and by God, he opens the gate and lets these people in.
Now, is that a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing?
Not necessarily, because the National Guard, unless they're mobilized for federal duty, work for the state.
They don't work for the federal government.
CBP works for the federal government.
So you've got two competing missions there.
Well, I just said it was bizarre.
I mean... Totally bizarre.
Utterly bizarre.
Second question?
Okay, the second question is, I've been thinking about this fentanyl question.
Do you think, as I do, that rather... Now, I know the drug cartels are making money.
Do you think that this drug thing is, in fact, a military assault on the country?
Uh, not from the point of view of the Mexican or Colombian or whatever else.
I mean China.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Fentanyl?
Absolutely.
It's part of their regular warfare.
Think of the math.
Think of the math of it.
When you're pumping into America more fentanyl in one raid that could kill every American man, woman, and child, this isn't about Oh, thanks Sebastian for taking my call.
I have a question for you.
You betcha.
Absolutely.
Great question.
David, line two and say a prayer for me on Thursday.
David, line two.
Oh, thanks, Sebastian, for taking my call.
I have a question for you.
I hope you can help me.
All we hear from the Republican Party is, oh, my gosh, when we win the House and the Senate, there's going to be hell to pay and we're going to have committee meetings and we're going to it's going to be just great.
My question is, A, why aren't they doing anything now?
And hypothetically, I know we'll win.
What happens if we lose, and what plan do they have?
Because right now, they're sitting on their asses doing nothing.
Well, I'll answer your question by asking another question.
What have they done, David, for the January 6th political prisoners in the last year and a half?
Nothing.
Nothing.
I mean, that's not a hypothetical.
We have political prisoners in solitary.
We have grandmothers who are given custodial sentences.
We have people who had cancer who weren't allowed to have their treatment.
We have people like a mentally problematic, silly, shaman-hatted individual who gets 40 months in prison for standing there.
They don't have a plan.
They've never had a plan!
The only people who have a plan are, you know, fighters like MTG, who's put in articles of impeachment for Biden day one, and Matt Gaetz, but they don't run the party, so we've got to keep the pressure on.
Thank you, David.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Welcome back, dear friends.
It is a crazy crazy Monday.
Supposed to be slow on Mondays and not this Monday.
Big news from Salem that our former colleague Larry Elder has released the sequel to his amazing movie Uncle Tom.
Uncle Tom 2.
You've got to check it out.
It is The revealing, the unveiling of the deliberate Marxist strategy to create racial tension and replace God with government in America.
Also, the details of the NAAC's sinister agenda for Black America and the truth about Black Lives Matter.
You can only get it one place right now We've only got him on for one segment, which is kind of annoying, but he's a busy man.
He's got TV shows.
He's got a media empire to run.
And, of course, the Sage of South Central himself.
That's Uncle Tom 2, the sequel, SalemNow.com, SalemNow.com.
We've only got him on for one segment, which is kind of annoying, but he's a busy man.
He's got TV shows.
He's got a media empire to run.
I'm going to do a little bit of behind-the-scenes here.
John Solomon, I'm kind of annoyed at myself because you are always sending me these amazing stories that I have to like navigate through the deluge of news that's out there.
And then I find out a couple of days later that this is the story of the week or the month that changes everything.
And then I said, no, I mean seriously, dude, you and your colleagues.
And I said, I made a stupid request, like as if you need more work.
And I'm saying, I said to you off camera, um, When you've got really great stuff, will you just tell us to book you straight away?
Because I'm going to miss this stuff.
So here's the story from last week that goes to the heart of the illegality of the Mar-a-Lago raid.
The title, Old Case Over Audio Tapes in Bill Clinton's Soccer Drawer Could Impact Mar-a-Lago Search Dispute.
So you are reminding us of a 10-year-old case that was, you know, thanks to Judicial Watch, had to do with Bill Clinton's Maintenance of private records to do with his presidency concerning a book that was written by Taylor Branch.
And back then, a federal judge called Amy Berman Jackson, not a Trumper, when somebody demanded these records be put in the archive, said the following.
And this is a decision that still stands.
Nobody's appealed this.
This is law in America.
Under the statutory scheme established by the Presidential Records Act, the decision to segregate personal materials from presidential records is made by the president during the president's term and in his sole discretion.
Another sentence.
I could read the whole article, but one more sentence and I'm going to throw it over to you.
The judge also noted that a president could destroy Any record he wanted to during his tenure and his only responsibility was to tell the archives.
John, this one story that you wrote collapses everything to do with this raid.
It does.
Yeah, listen, there's so much about the law that journalists who jumped headfirst into this didn't bother to go find out.
And the more you learn about it, the more you realize the vast discussion that President Trump had.
Listen, this isn't going to get resolved until it works its way through the court system.
I don't want to suggest that this is the end of it, but there is a sitting law on the books.
And more importantly, it wasn't just the judge who took that position.
The Justice Department under Barack Obama, the same Justice Department that's now pursuing Trump, took this same position in the court.
The judge agreed with the Justice Department, which means the Justice Department is on record 10 years ago saying the president has sole discretion to decide what's personal.
And now is in the process of trying to pursue a president because he took records from his office that they deem personal.
Now, there's a second part of this, right?
There is a classified element of this, and of course, as you know, the President has put a statement out that says that he had a standing order to declassify documents he moved to his residence.
So, these are issues that didn't seem like the FBI or the Justice Department took any time researching before they dove headfirst into the raid that, as the judge today said, was so unprecedented.
This is unprecedented in American history.
You'd think the Justice Department might have wanted to do a little legal research like this.
This points to such ranking competence because it says here, in the decision, that the defendant considers an attempt to physically obtain the records, the tapes, to be an extraordinary request that is unfounded, contrary to the Records Acts and contrary to the traditional principles of administrative law.
The court agrees, meaning you can't raid a president's home to get back records.
And then, the last thing of all, Judge Jackson concluded that a decision to challenge a president's decision lies solely with the National Archives and cannot be reviewed by a court.
So it's not even a judicial matter, John.
No, that's exactly what the judge is saying in this ruling and that becomes certainly the sitting law in the District of Columbia where this case began.
Now, it's important to say that the NARA has a process.
There's a process in the law that says there's a civil process through the civil courts where they can do civil enforcement and try to force the documents back.
It doesn't mention anywhere in the law that I can find that it is a criminal matter.
And I think tomorrow, when people wake up tomorrow and they get to go to Justin News in the morning, I think we will show one of the impetus for why the Justice Department, why NARA, why the FBI took such an aggressive stand.
The answer lies inside the Biden White House.
The Biden White House was involved in the instigation and abrogation of this criminal investigation of Donald Trump.
We're going to put the evidence out there tomorrow.
This is a much more complicated story than what we were told on August 8th.
Well, some have said that it could be connected to the blanket declassification President Trump ordered openly, openly on social media.
He can announce to whoever he wishes to regarding the story that you covered doggedly for four years, which is Russia collusion.
I don't want you to, you know, steal your own thunder, but is there any fire to that smoke?
I don't think so.
I think, listen, the dispute over the declassified records, one, we know the President did declassify them, contrary to what some media continue to say, allegedly.
It isn't alleged.
The order exists.
You can go get it in the Federal Register.
Two, it's not in dispute now what happened.
Because of the access the President gave me to the archives, the archives confirmed to me as a journalist Wow.
That the Justice Department on the morning of the 20th of January, the day Donald Trump was leaving, by the way, one hour before Donald Trump left office, they grabbed the records back from Mark Meadows, took him over, claimed they needed to make a couple more redactions, and then held on to the records for 19 months.
That's a dispute, but I don't believe it underlies what went on at Mar-a-Lago.
I think what you see is what you're getting at Mar-a-Lago, which is Nara filed a complaint with the Justice Department The Biden White House will show tomorrow signed off on it.
And we're off to the races with a raid of a president over a records dispute, a criminalization of a records dispute.
One warning to anyone in the White House, irrespective of your party, don't mess and lie to the American people as long as John Solomon is around.
The book is Fallout.
Nuclear bribes, Russian spies, and the Washington lies that enriched the Clinton and Biden dynasties.
JustinNews.com.
Breaking news every single day, almost every single week.

I can't wait for that story to drop.

All right.
Minute 15.
Who is this putz who wrote this piece, Jeff?
Bradley P. Moss?
I look the same thing, I don't know who he is, but I can't believe Fox News would run that.
Wait, what's the article?
The Mar-a-Lago Rave is justified.
Oh, god.
But is this one of their staff?
This is one of their staff.
Sounds like something the Washington Examiner would do.
Yeah.
Like Brad Palumbo.
Actually, the Mar-a-Lago was justified because Ben Simmons said so.
Do you see who it is?
Wait, what?
It's Mark Zade's law office.
One of the biggest...
This is incredible!
Mr. G has just sent me a piece from Fox.
If you thought for a moment that Fox was still conservative, this is the latest piece.
I'm going to be putting it on my social media that they've just published.
The Trump Mar-a-Lago search warrant was justified.
Written by one of the attorneys involved in targeting Mike Flynn.
That's Fox!
Fox.com!
Just one sentence.
Let's blow this guy out of the water.
What did he say here?
He says, right after 12 o'clock on January the 20th, President Trump became just another private citizen in his 70s who vacations in Florida during the winter months.
No, you cretin!
Till he dies, he maintains the highest level of clearance, including Q clearance for nuclear weapons, and can demand to have intelligence briefings from the CIA should he so wish to, as is the won't, as is the right of every former president.
They lie to you every single day, and then they put it on Fox News.
All right, we're here to tell you the truth.

Let's go to Jackie, Line 1, California.
Dr. Gorka, good afternoon from California.
Greetings.
Listen, I get so many letters in my mailbox wanting me to support President Trump.
Yes.
And then I open this up and it's asking questions and my advice and then I see if I make a donation It goes directly to the RNC.
Throw it in the bin.
Use it for firelighting.
Oh, I know.
I know.
But I wanted to tell America they should be very cautious because we know who's fleecing us.
And furthermore, I want to encourage them to very often I get a self stamp and I can Write them a nice note back for free.
So I've been doing that instead.
Good.
So I've told everybody I said on this show many, many, many, many, many, many times before and on social media.
Do not give any money to the RNC.
Do not give any money to the GOP.
The only people you should be supporting is President Trump with his Save America PAC and individual America First candidates.
Those are the people you support.
Absolutely.
Nobody else.
Thank you, Jackie.

The End
The End There was an illusion being created using the most awesome tools and the greatest tricks that the American intelligence community had learned to use against our enemies.
Now it was being deployed against the American people and our president.
This is the biggest political scandal in modern history, which makes Watergate look like a tiff.
The FBI director has no credibility.
The left used to not trust the FBI, and now they love them.
This can happen to General Michael T. Flynn.
Imagine what they do to anybody who has a single strike against them.
35 Russian diplomats in the U.S.
expelled.
The prosecution of General Flynn wasn't a pursuit of criminal activity.
It was a setup.
Flynn actually had details.
He was talking about going after people's budgets.
They were terrified.
Media didn't start as neutral.
Media hasn't been neutral all its life.
The two faces of Hillary Clinton are coming out.
In fact, through WikiLeaks, that she says one thing and...
Oh, no.
They worked hand-in-glove with Comey to try to delegitimize Trump.
They were not there to tell the truth.
A political dirty trick is being carried out by our intelligence community.
Honestly, none of us really know, sort of holistically, what to think about this dossier.
They went into Congress.
They said, nothing here.
Doesn't matter.
We'll keep going with FISA.
We'll keep going with the investigation.
And more importantly, we will go on TV, day in and day out, and lie to the American people to their face.
And nothing's going to happen to us.
The nation and all of our freedoms hang by a thread, and the military apparatus of this country is about to be handed over to scum who are beholden to scum!
Russian scum!
We had not one person claim that they had or had seen evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians.
Devin Nunes was the hero in the forest.
He was alone, he was mocked, he was attacked.
Devin Nunes was subject to such scorn for saying the conclusions that we brought forth in that report, which all proved to be true.
Russiagate was a false story.
To target their political opposition.
To carry out their insurance policies.
I believe that this is a conspiracy.
These guys have perpetrated the greatest crime against the American people ever seen.
It was a coup d'etat.
This is how sick and twisted these people are.
I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S.
citizens involved in the Trump transition.
It was shocking to see some of the over-classification that was done to hide either corruption or abuse of authority and just to make sure certain agencies didn't look bad.
We have a peaceful transition of power process.
That's not what happened.
There were more meetings, there were more leaks, there were more attacks.
The thing that they were investigating the Trump campaign for is what they themselves were doing.
Not just the Democratic Party and their operatives, but also the FBI.
I was writing about the time frame that we lived in.
...that we're living in now, I would say it wasn't supposed to happen.
They weren't supposed to know.
The entire time this was going on, they thought this was going to be what stunk the Donald Trump presidency.
and they were just looking for the golden goose and they still haven't found it because it doesn't exist.

And you can have the election stolen from you.
How can you win with Russian interference, though?
That's the real thing.
That's what I'm scared about in 2020.
But rightly.
Because I think he's an illegitimate president that didn't really win.
So how do you, you know, fight against that in 2020?
You are absolutely right.
He's an illegitimate president, in my mind.
Would you be my vice president?
I'm so curious.
Folks, look, I absolutely agree.
Trump didn't actually win the election in 2016.
He lost the election, and he was put in office because of the Russians' interference.
Trump knows he's an illegitimate president.
The president, although legally elected, is not legitimate.
Those were all Democrats, dear friends!
Doing what?
Election denial!
How dare they?
Isn't that undermining the republic?
Isn't that a threat to democracy?
Even Biden!
Offering somebody who said it on the campaign trial, oh, won't you be my vice president?
Welcome dear friends, this is America First on the Salem News Channel.

I'm checking that right now.
I do know we have gone up in our subscribers on Rumble.
We were at 371,000 last week and now we're at 372,000.
Truth Social, almost half a million.
432,000.
Thank you guys!
President Trump's platform is crushing it.
But we're at the old legacy ones as well.
Twitter, Facebook, finally on Instagram.
How long was I under 400,000 on Instagram?
It was like two years, wasn't it, Eric?
They were just like throttling me on Instagram.
Yeah.
Yeah, and now we have exceeded that.
Thanks to you guys.
Make sure you're following us everywhere.
Facebook, Instagram.

Then you'll never miss a thing.
OK, let's... Shall we go to your calls or shall we have a cut?
We've got a full call board.
How much time have we got?
Let's have one cut.
This is a fun cut, given the election denial you heard from the Democrats.
Here is the President's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who's got a new book out, talking about, well, there's a similarity between the last four years and what's been happening in the last two weeks.
This is Cut Six.
Play Cut.
You know, what's happening now is the same thing being done by the same people in the same way.
They're leaking to the same sources.
They're manufacturing fabulous claims that then get debunked, you know, shortly thereafter.
And I have a story in the book that I talk about.
They did this with the Russian investigation.
They did this with Ukraine.
But I talk about how President Trump was looking over some remarks he was going to make for a very important speech on the Middle East, and he was remarking about all the different things he'd accomplished.
And he looks at me and says, you know, Jared, the being president part is easy.
It's dealing with all the animals and the crazy investigations that unfortunately takes us away from so many of the things that we want to be getting done.
You know he said that.
You can just see President Trump saying, yeah, yeah, being the president bit is easy.
It's easy.
It's dealing with all the subversives.
That's the challenge.
We're going to get Jared on the show this week, hopefully.
Oh my gosh, we lost on line three, waiting so patiently.
Dear friend, you wanted to talk about Mitch McConnell.
Call us back.
I know it's hard to stay on the line.
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
3, 3, 4, 6, 7, 5, 2.
There's only one line left open right now.
Let's go to our good buddies.
Let's start with Leonardo in New Jersey, line one.
Leo, welcome back!
Thank you.
I called about Fauci, but I just was... No, no, start with Fauci.
Let's talk about the fact that Fauci's going bye-bye.
What do you want to say?
Well, I wanted to say that as a proud Italian-American ultra-MAGA person, don't let the door hit you in the ass.
But I just wanted to make sure everybody remembers Mitch McConnell's nickname is Cocaine Mitch because his dear second wife's boat had so much cocaine on it, but of course they had nothing to do with smuggling.
But as far as Fauci, what an embarrassment.
And, you know, I throw my own under the bus.
Obviously, my name's Leonardo.
I'm very genetically Italian.
And the D'Alessandro family, which is Pelosi, by the way, that was her maiden name, and the Cuomos, they're all just an embarrassment to hardworking, patriotic Italian-Americans like Joe Piscopo.
Yes!
We like Joe Piscopo a lot!
Exactly.
So, yeah, the sooner he's gone the better.
It looks like his owner's turning against him because he's such a weasel, Fauci.
I'm sure he was going to try to stick around till the end of the Biden administration so he could figure out how he would stay in position again longer.
But the sooner the better.
What was the other thing?
You said there was something else, Leo?
No, it was about Mitch McConnell being cocaine Mitch.
Yeah, cocaine Mitch.
A nickname that he will find very hard to get rid of.
Thank you for calling.
Happy Monday, Leonardo.
Let's go to another buddy.
He's in his OP in the Long Grass somewhere in Livermore.
Ray, line two.
There you go.
Just standing just out of sight so they don't see me, Dr. G. Just like, you know, that Japanese general said, behind every blade of grass there will be an American with a rifle.
You're one of those guys and you know how to use it, right?
Roger that.
Reporting for duty, sir.
All right.
What's your comment?
What's your question for today?
Here we go again.
You know, as the self-appointed ombudsman for the program, I am tasked with doing corrections of the doctor here, and I hate doing this.
Oh, no!
What did I do wrong?
Well, in the last hour, I think it was the last caller, a nice lady said that she's receiving fundraising material from the RNC using President Trump's name and image.
Yes.
And we know the money's not going to go to him or help him.
And you said to, quote, throw them in the bin or the trash, one or the other.
But that's what you said, and it needs correction.
Dr. G, those envelopes come with those letters.
And everyone here has a Monopoly game board somewhere or some other game board.
Oh, I see where you're going.
What are you suggesting, Ray?
You grab some of that Monopoly money.
You say this.
Your contribution is based on your performance.
A little note like that.
Send off the Monopoly money.
Or better yet, some come with postage paid envelopes.
These are the beauties.
And they're usually returned by weight.
That's how they pay for them.
So find a brick or a rock.
And tape that label, that envelope to that brick and then tape another message, a quick message on the bottom.
Again, contribution based on past performance.
I love it.
Send the brick.
I love it.
Get something made out of tungsten because that's easier to wrap than a brick.
Get something that's nice and heavy and a one dollar monopoly note.
You're a genius, my friend.
You're a genius.
Absolutely love it, Ray.
That's That's why we have the best callers and listeners in the business.
They do come with prepaid envelopes.
Send a message back to the RNC with something heavy in it and a monopoly note.
Perfectly done.
Let's go to Illinois, Joe, line three.
Well done, Ray.
Dr. G. Yeah.
Are you on a speakerphone, Joe?
Oh, hold on, hold on.
Never, ever, ever call anybody's show on a speakerphone.
Not sorry about that.
Okay.
Mitch McConnell.
I believe his wife is Connie Chung?
Yes.
Not Connie Chung.
That's the journalist.
His wife is... What's his wife's name, Jeff?
Elaine Chow.
Transport secretary.
But I believe they have business holdings in China.
Yes, they're in business with Chinese concerns, correct.
Yeah, and I believe that maybe this is why, you know, he kind of came out against Trump and wants his own kind of people in there to kind of boost his Not that I have anything against Mitch, but I guess I do.
But come on now.
You know, I mean, the game that's going on here is ridiculous.
Here's the bottom line.
Here's the bottom line.
How does a guy who said what he said about the president, and the president worked with a person who he's called out just this weekend on Truth Social.
How do they function together?
Donald Trump, President Trump, is running, Joe.
It is a fact.
He's gonna run.
When he announces, is the only question left.
They're going to try to stop him.
They're gonna try and stop him again, as they have for the last six years.
God willing, they will fail.
So, he's gonna be president.
How does this man work with him?
That's the question.
Unless he says, okay, I'm America first, Mitch, now, and I'm gonna change my style, but I doubt it.
But he will be president if we do what is required of us.
Thank you, Joe.

Don't touch that dial!
I have this kind of a blessing, but it's also a purpose where I'm able to see things coming.
I'm going to hear that when they actually happen, right?
And I'm going to hear something like, oh, that's so crazy.
That's never going to happen.
How many people are going to vote for Luma?
I don't know.
I mean, let me do some comparisons here, some cross-tabulations, because she was able to win the primary last time, which, granted, that's because there were like a million other candidates running against her.
Right.
And the trick there, the last time she ran in a heavily blue district that she was never going to win, but she just wanted to win the nomination.
Because, that's right, she ran in the seat where Mar-a-Lago is.
So the whole joke is like, oh, Donald Trump is going to have to vote for me for Congress, which I guess he probably did, unless he just didn't vote, I don't know.
But yeah, let me find it.
She got almost 160,000 votes last time in that district.
Bloody hell.
Oh my gosh.
So then in this one, this is district 11.
Let me see what the votes were like last time in that district.
Webster got over 300,000 votes last time when he won the general election.
Unopposed to the primary.
I can see her probably getting maybe 20% of the primary vote.
She won her primary last time with 42% of the vote.
That was with 5 other Republicans running against her.
Split the vote.
I don't think she'll win though.
There's no way she wins.
She has been endorsed by Michael Flynn and Roger Stone, though.
Of course.
Alex, can you find the old audio with the children for Food for the Poor?
Copy.
By the way, the primary in New York tomorrow... New York's weird.
Apparently they'd like to have two different primaries.
Yeah?
So the primary that already happened was the one where Lee won the nomination.
Right.
State legislatures, statewide races.
So this primary tomorrow is purely for Congress, I think.
So that's the issue tomorrow.
So they're not voting on Governor?
No, they're not.
That's already happened.
Zeldin already won that nomination.
No, no, I'm talking... Okay, alright.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, thanks.
I was confused too.
I thought for sure that Nadler Primary would be back then as well.
Alright, 80 seconds.
And we still don't know what's happening in Alaska, by the way.
Unbelievable.
Well it doesn't help that it's the largest state and the population's spread out so far across like icy plains and whatnot.
If America, they say geography is destiny, if America was located in a different part of the world, if we weren't a continent-sized country with, you know, pretty safe neighborhood, if we were invaded by a horde of bloodthirsty people who wanted to take our country from us, If you're a man, you'd go and fight, right?
You'd be prepared to die in a hail of brass if necessary.
What about your family?
What about your wife?
What about your children?
What if they were left to fend for themselves or if their homes were targeted?
Because that's happening right now in Ukraine.
Just listen.
When there were explosions, we sealed the windows with adhesive tape so that fragments would not hit us.
The thing I miss most in my city right now is my dad.
And I really miss his love and care right now.
I miss my home, my dad.
As long as I don't think about it, I feel very good.
But when I start thinking about dad, I feel very bad.
That's not ancient history that's happening right now.
Millions of children who have been displaced internal refugees in their own nation.
I want to thank every single one of you who decided to help Food for the Poor to get meals to their mothers and to these children.
They've already shipped 11 million food packets.
They have the food, they just have to get it into the war zone.
Will you be one of those people?
As our Lord and Savior told us, one of the most blessed things you can do is to help children.
Come unto me, the little children.
This is the easiest way you can do it.
Food for the Poor needs your donations right now.
A donation in any amount makes a difference.
But think of this, $50 is 200 meals.
$100 is 400 meals.
Can you spare $100 for children who are innocent?

So I don't know where it's at right now, contradictory reports with regards to Elon Musk, free speech and Twitter, but here's a reminder of his attitude to the whole question.
Cut three, play cut.
And a good sign as to whether there is free speech is, is someone you don't like allowed to say something you don't like.
And if that is the case, then we have free speech.
And it's damn annoying when someone you don't like says something you don't like.
That is a sign of a healthy, functioning, free speech situation.
Now that would be wonderful if that were the principle by which Twitter were run.
It is not.
They are censoring people for just stating the truth.
One of those individuals was the reporter, the journalist Alex Berenson, who was on the show last week.
He has had a massive victory against the giant, the Goliath, that is Twitter.
And we're going to talk to the man who helped make that happen.
It's his attorney, James Lawrence.
Welcome to America First.
Thank you so much for having me.
Pleasure to be here.
All right.
Well, I'm looking at your credentials.
We've never spoken before on the show.
You have worked as Deputy General Counsel for HHS.
You've worked as Chief Counsel under President Trump for the FDA.
So that's good enough for me, and especially given what Alex said about you.
Will you tell us what was so utterly egregious about what happened to Alex?
Sure.
Happy to.
So in Alex's case, he He had started really providing insights on the pandemic that no one else was providing.
Going back to March of 2020, and had reported and really gained a lot of traction and following to the point where when he was banned in August of 2021, he had close to 400,000 followers on the platform.
Wow.
What led to his suspension, or his, at the time, permanent suspension,
He's no longer suspended, of course, was, uh, claims that he had made on the platform that among other things, the vaccines, the COVID-19 vaccines do not stop infection or transmission of COVID-19, which even when he made the claim at the time or made the statement, tweeted that out to his following was not untrue.
And in fact, Well, which was confirmed last week by CDC.
Well, which was confirmed last week by CDC.
Correct.
And the way that they're treating unvaccinated and vaccinated people really without any distinction anymore.
And so what was egregious about the ban in our view was that he had never said anything that was demonstrably false.
But it was true.
But the most disturbing of all was the connection to the White House and to the government, no? - Well.
Correct.
And that is something that he reported on last Friday, or I believe a week ago, Friday, where he has published a documentation that he obtained from the litigation that shows that very senior level people within the Biden White House were asking Twitter Why has this Berenson guy not been thrown off the platform yet?
Hang on, let me just repeat that so that everybody, the three million people listening right now live, understand what you just said.
People inside the Biden White House communicating with higher ups at Twitter and the conversation being, why has this man not been suspended already, correct?
Words to that effect, yes, sir.
Yes.
And then what happened?
What happened to how did you get involved?
And what was the the strategy?
So that was in April of 2021.
Those questions were being asked by the Biden White House.
And then in August of 2021, Mr. Berenson was suspended from the platform.
He, he, I was fortunate enough to be chosen to represent him.
And we filed a lawsuit in December of 2021, where we made eight different claims against Twitter, including that they had colluded with the Biden administration to suppress Alex's First Amendment rights.
And I will say that The vast majority of these claims, these de-platforming claims, fail for various reasons, including claims made by former President Trump that the Biden administration had colluded with the social media platforms to suppress and silence his personal net rights by his de-platforming, with all of the pressure that was being applied after January 6th.
The court, in our case, Dismiss the First Amendment claim because in these kinds of contexts, you don't have direct evidence of what actually happened.
You're seeing it through a glass darkly.
Although we thought, in our case, we lacked compelling circumstantial evidence that there was collusion, and it comes to find out that it appears that that's the case.
What we were allowed to proceed on was a breach of contract theory.
All right.
I want to hear more on that.
I want to know how you defeat and how you win against these behemoths.
Can you stay on the line for another segment, please, James?
Yes, sir.
All right.
Follow this man right now.
He is available on Twitter at JLawrenceNC.
That's JLawrenceNC.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, former strategist to President Trump.

Stay on this channel.
I found him on Skype, if you wanna do Skype.
Yeah, can you do Skype?
We're gonna call you up on Skype, okay?
What?
Alright, let me see if I can do it.
Okay.
Alright.
Dialing.
Three and a half minutes.
Alright, great.
All right, cool.
Sounds like...
I'm on, so...
All right, we hear you, but we don't see your video.
Oh, there we go.
The mics are live on our video livestream at this time.
Yeah, the mics are hot on our livestream, James.
Do I need to mute?
No, no, no, I just want to warn you, you're live.
You're still broadcasting.
Oh, okay, okay.
So they suspended Andrew Boston.
What was his sin?
His sin was to characterize peer-reviewed literature in a way that the powers that be at Twitter did not like.
Wow.
In short.
Wow.
Two and a half minutes.
Great.
How did you get involved with the Trump administration?
Who brought you in?
I was fortunate.
I had some contacts in the presidential personnel office and came in right after the start of the pandemic.
Was very content to just be practicing law as a commercial lawyer and the opportunity presented itself.
And I wanted to help do everything I could to get President Trump reelected and leave it all on the floor.
I've got three kids.
And so took the plunge, went up while my wife was pregnant with our fourth and Yeah, it was a crazy experience.
Can we get you slightly further back from the camera and with a little bit of headroom?
Yeah.
Oh, that's good.
That's good.
Alright, stay like that.
Very good.
Alright, 90 seconds and we are back.
And I'm going to do Uncle Tom here.
Uncle Tom.
Alrighty.
That's August 26th.
That's coming up at the end of the week here.
That's insane.
Friday.
Friday?
Yeah, Friday.
Yeah, my surgery's on the 25th.
Mm-hmm.
25th.
All right, one minute. 50 seconds. one minute. 50 seconds.
Hi, this is President Trump, and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Are you familiar with just how prosperous black America was in the 20s and the 30s in America?
You'd be shocked if you understood the deliberate targeting by the left of that community.
I know somebody who isn't, my former Salem colleague Larry Elder, who made the incredible movie Uncle Tom.
Well, this week he releases the sequel, Uncle Tom 2, in which he reveals The NAAC's sinister agenda, the truth behind Black Lives Matter and the destruction of Black Harlem.
There's only one place you can watch it.
Check it out today at SalemNow.com.
The first one was incredible.
This one's even better.
Uncle Tom 2, the sequel, SalemNow.com, SalemNow.com, where we have a whole panoply, a galaxy We're back with former Trump administration employee James Lawrence, who is now representing conservatives who are fighting the Goliaths of Big Tech and Palo Alto.
You were in the middle of the story with regards to Alex Berenson, the case you won against Twitter.
Where you said the First Amendment strategy didn't work, you didn't have a smoking gun on that, but then you went for this breacher contract.
I am fascinated because as far as I'm concerned, it's tilting at windmills, it's Don Quixote's mission to go up against these guys.
So what did you have to prove?
How did you succeed in this case?
Proverbs 6.2 talks about the wicked being caught up in their own words.
Not to call Twitter the wicked, necessarily.
Why not?
On this show, you are permitted to do so.
So what are the wicked words that you caught them up in?
So here is what happened.
They promulgated a specific policy, their COVID-19 misinformation policy, where the company went out of its way to define specifically what is COVID-19 misinformation and what is not.
And what we did in Alex's case was that we lined up what Twitter said is COVID misinformation with what Alex said, and simply explained to the court why Alex never violated the policy.
And because we did that, it was enough in the court's view to allow the breach of contract theory to move forward and for the case to go into discovery.
So the case really does stand for the broader proposition that if a tech platform is going to go out of its way to create a speech code, like it did in the case of the COVID misinformation policy, that if they don't follow that speech code, and if you say something that doesn't actually violate it, and they ban you anyway, and they punish you anyway, that it gives rise to a breach of contract claim.
That's why Alex's case is so important.
So let me ask you the big picture question.
You've got another client who you've mentioned at the top of your Twitter feed, who's just been suspended as well, an individual that I know, Andrew Boston.
Is there a larger, comprehensive solution to all of this?
Because not everybody can hire a lawyer like you, who's worked in administration, worked in the swamp, who's going to prepare to fight these people.
Is this a utility that we give everybody access to?
Do we break it up?
I don't want to endanger any of your existing cases, but not everybody can hire you, James.
So what's the long-term solution?
I do think, ultimately, there might be a class action lawsuit that has to get filed if Twitter continues to serially violate its own COVID misinformation policies.
By the way, You can make the most outlandish claims that you want to about the vaccines themselves.
You can call them a miracle.
You can make other claims that they saved your life.
What you can't do is criticize them.
So ultimately, this might end up having to be something that similarly situated people band together and bring a class action lawsuit about.
To your question about whether the platform is a utility, we actually did bring a claim in Alex's case under California law, a longstanding, very old California law that dates back to the era of the Telegraph.
And we argued that Twitter is a common carrier under that law.
And as such, it has an obligation to carry all messages on behalf of the public it purports to serve.
That claim, unfortunately, was dismissed by the district court under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
I still think it's a viable theory, and if the Supreme Court reads Section 230 in the way that it actually was drafted and intended, I think that theory could have some weight in future cases to make a difference.
Yeah.
Free speech for all Americans.
A bill that was brought back in the 1990s long before any of this stuff became as influential as it is today.
Well, congratulations on behalf of Alex.
Keep doing what you do.

All right, it's exciting!
It's primary day tomorrow in New York, and on November the 8th, you also get to choose a new governor.
And man, oh man, it better be the man who's on the line right now.
Combat veteran, served this nation in uniform on Capitol Hill from New York.
It's Congressman Lee Zeldin.
Congressman, welcome back.
It's great to be with you, Seb.
All right, so tell us the... I can't keep up with you on social media.
You're traveling the state.
It looks electrifying.
And it's got to have to do with this.
So this is... I can't believe it's NBC.
When I heard this, I thought, this has got to be a mistake.
NBC did a poll, and the results... Well, I think they should help a certain candidate in New York.
Cut four.
Play cut.
And our brand new NBC News poll paints a pretty bleak picture.
Americans are angry, they're disappointed, and they are worried about the future of this country.
Just 21% of adults say we are heading in the right direction, and once again, 3 out of 4 Americans say we are on the wrong track.
In fact, this number, never before in our poll, has this wrong track number been over 70% for this long.
It's been nearly a year now.
58%, by the way, say America's best years are behind us.
That's an all-time high in our poll.
74% in an NBC poll.
Can you verify that from what you're seeing on the ground in the great state of New York?
100%.
I believe that that is right.
I get it not just anecdotally from individual conversations, but we're also seeing it in our polling and other people's polling.
People right now are not happy with the direction of our country.
And the reason why people feel so strongly about this is that their leaders in government, the President of the United States, the White House, Congressional Democrats who right now are in charge.
It's one party rule in D.C.
They're not acknowledging this themselves.
They're not saying that they understand why people feel this way.
They understand these issues on Education and our border and foreign policy, the list goes on, especially inflation, supply chain crisis, where you accept responsibility for what your role is, being the President of the United States, being the Speaker of the House, being the Senate Majority Leader, and then offering solutions, and then actually getting stuff done to turn this all around.
The whole idea of just punting and making everyone else responsible and Trying to make believe like everything's going perfectly fine and it's just you.
Everything's actually great with the economy and there's nothing to see here at our southern border.
It's making people not just feel like our country's heading in the wrong direction, but they're getting stronger and stronger and stronger emotions about it because of the incompetency of the people who are in charge and the lack of action.
But it's okay now, because I saw that announcement, that imperial pronouncement from Kathy Hochul, the governor, that now you're going to have gender terms such as serviceman are going to be banned in New York, so everything's going to be fine now.
Yeah, you know, really, you can give yourself a big pat on the back, you really solved a big problem that has New York leading the entire country in population loss, because when you, you know, He conducted that survey of New Yorkers fleeing the state as to why you leave in New York.
I'm sure it was because you were referring to incarcerated individuals as inmates or sales people as salesmen.
I believe that for all those New Yorkers who are concerned about crime on our street, maybe we should be repealing cashless bail.
Maybe we should be firing district attorneys like Alvin Bragg, refusing to enforce the law.
Which you're going to do on day one, am I right, Lee?
Day one, Alvin Bragg, he's on notice now.
I'm telling him as my first words as governor, you're fired.
Beautiful.
All right.
Talk to us about, tell all of our millions of listeners across the nation, especially in New York, what you said in the break to me about ethnic minorities.
Have they had enough of the Democrats in New York?
One of the biggest changes that we're seeing from 2020 to 2022 is amongst Hispanic voters, They very much are strongly leaning our way.
We are going to win the Hispanic vote this November 8th.
They care about crime and public safety.
They care about the economy and education.
But I am seeing strong support there.
I believe worst case scenario, we come close to winning the Asian vote.
I believe that we will do better with the Jewish vote, better with the black vote.
And in a state like New York, I mean, people might be listening from all over the country, and they're saying, well, why are you analyzing it to that level?
What's interesting in New York City, a Republican candidate has to get at least 29% of the vote, or you have no shot of winning statewide.
Now, how are you going to do that?
Well, you have to run up the numbers in the conservative areas of the city.
And actually, there are some, but you also have to reach out to people who are voting Democrat in the past.
Show up, make a connection, advocate on the issues they care about, and earn their support.

74% of Americans say the country is going in the wrong direction.
Nearly 60% of voters say America's best years are behind it.
Nearly 60%.
Yamiche, why are people so unhappy these days?
But what you see really is, on the Democratic side, people that are very, very worried about the direction of this country.
They're very worried, especially about former President Trump possibly coming back into power.
Okay, stop it.
Or former President Trump, or other... Jeff.
Yeah.
She's so stupid, she actually believes that, right?
Yeah, she does.
She absolutely does.
She is as sick as a stump.
Alright, so no commercials between VDH and whatever, because I've got to record all this stuff, alright?
You got it.
Alright, 45 seconds.
You want to use that cut?
No, I'm probably going to use the Liz Cheney one.
Oh, should I do Stealthy or Cheney?
Geoff, you choose.
Either one is good.
I would say Cheney.
Yeah, Cheney.
Let's do Cheney.

Hey, I got a comment and a question for you.
Yes, you gotta be quick because I got Judy on the line as well.
Uh-oh.
So, this weekend I attended a GOP fundraiser slash impromptu get-together and I just want to, there's a couple of people here that wanted to say hi to you.
Chairwoman Kelly Ward said hi.
Oh, I love Kelly.
Yeah, Kelly, Carrie Lake said hi, and Blake Masters.
I'm impressed.
You're hanging with the real A-team there.
I love it.
Have you tried out that suppressor yet?
Sebastian, that is still in the gun store.
Yeah, the ATF site was down for maintenance.
Yes, on Sunday night.
Can you imagine what the ATF was doing behind the scenes when they sent everybody out a notice?
Oh, I wish you luck, my friend.
I was on the site myself on Friday.
Alright, thank you for your kind, kind words.
If you see Kelly, if you see Carrie, if you see Blake, do say hi.
God bless you, David.
Let's go to Judy before we get VDH on.
Judy!
I have laughing.
I have a comment and a question.
Why are you laughing at my show?
This is not a comedy act.
Are you there?
You know me because I usually have a lot to say.
So real fast.
Yeah.
Okay.
The Biden administration, you know, they want to weaken the military.
This is funny.
It's not funny, but okay.
They want to weaken the military by making them too woke city.
They want to weaken our police by either eliminating or defunding them.
But They want to turn 87,000 IRS agents as their private army doctors.
Yes!
And they're encouraging them to use guns with deadly force.
Yes!
So that's their army.
And our army don't want to make into woke cities.
But here's my question.
I don't know how to ask this because I'm getting very nervous.
What kind of surgery are you doing?
I'm so nervous.
Oh, don't be.
It's elective.
It's something I've been putting off for about four years now.
My doctor said I've got to have it done.
No biggie.
They're going to use a robot, allegedly.
That's a little bit freaky.
But I hate, I just hate general anesthetic.
So I'm going... Yeah, but how long?
How long are you going to be on?
Like, how long?
Uh, hour and a half, two hours.
So, uh... Oh my God!
Listen, listen, listen.
Listen, listen.
You must get something called Germanium because that puts oxygen into your blood.
I've heard about it.
I've heard about it.

Why, you got two minutes?
Okay.
A friend of mine recently said that I was the most persecuted person in the history of our country.
When I thought about it, I actually felt that he may very well be right.
We had a Russia, Russia, Russia scam that was covered religiously by the media, even though they knew it was fake news.
They knew it.
They knew it all.
It all came out.
It turned out to be a concocted fairy tale made up by crooked Hillary Clinton, the Democrats, and a sleazeball writer named Christopher Steele.
And a coordinated effort with, of all places, you know who they worked with?
Russia!
They worked with Russia.
Do you believe this?
This could only happen to me.
Then I had impeachment hoax number one, impeachment hoax number two, and the Mueller investigation resulting in a verdict after two years of no collusion.
They said Trump didn't collude with Russia.
Who has been through anything like this?
Seriously.
Certainly no politician and definitely No president?
Welcome dear friends.
As someone who grew up in the UK, it's difficult sometimes to relate to people publicly saying things about themselves of that ilk.
I'm the most persecuted politician in American history.
In this case, I think we have to give the speaker full credit, especially after the events of the last 12 days in America.
Let's try and put it all in historical perspective with a man whose renommée spans from ancient Greece up through World War II up to modern American politics with every work he writes.
Every single one of them is worth your time.
He is, of course, Victor Davis Hanson, one of your top favorites here on America First.
Stanford University's Professor Hanson, welcome back to America First.
Thank you for having me.
Professor, on the one hand, you can
We attempted to say he's on a campaign platform, this is hyperbole, but when you stop and you think of the last six years, from the Billy Bush tape, to Russia collusion, to a crossfire hurricane, to impeachment one, to quid pro quo, to impeachment two, Southern District of New York cases, and then the January 6th committee, and now the Mar-a-Lago raid, is there not something just empirically sound to his statement about how he's been persecuted?
Yes, there is.
Everything he said was true.
He's the most persecuted president.
He's the most autopsy president in our history.
The other issue is to what degree can he make that case in a positive way to help his party and his agenda?
And I would think that he's now proved beyond a doubt That they're going after him in extra legal, if not extraordinary ways that we've never seen before.
But I do think he's going to have to at some point say, that's what they did to me and here's what we're going to do as a nation to make sure that doesn't happen.
And here is my contract with America for the midterms, and we're all going to run on a national platform of closing that border like I did, and getting our energy sector back to be productive as it can be, and to stop this crime wave that's hurting people throughout the country, and to get our foreign policy back on a deterrent.
So I think he needs now to pivot and to give this positive message.
And I say that, Seb, because you know what they're doing.
They look at the polls and they're not sure they're not going to be wiped out.
So they think we have twin pillars, the January 6th committee and the Russian, I mean, the raid on Trump's home, and we're going to leak and dribble and plant stories with the media.
And then that's going to go through the left wing blogosphere or Michael Beshloff saying that Trump should basically be executed by like the Rosenbergs or Michael Hayden piling on, and that's what they're going to do.
So Trump's got to find a way to circumvent that and just say, you know what?
We know what you're doing, but here's my positive agenda, and you're not going to distract me by going after my person.
I think he can do that, but they want him to play the victim and then they're going to pile on and get him angrier and angrier and angrier.
So let's just drill down on one of the things you mentioned there.
So Beschloss, who previously, before Trump, was a presidential historian with many books to his credit,
has come out as clearly one of these patients of Trump derangement syndrome who gives interviews about how oh and by the way people are executed for treason and the espionage act but it's it's one thing to have a talking head or a man of letters say that professor but when as you noted the former director of central intelligence A general, a retired general in the Air Force, retweets that and says, sounds right to me.
Have we come to some qualitative change in the substantive nature of the Republic?
Are we at a place that we haven't?
Did they talk about, did leading commentators and former government officials talk about executing Nixon in the 70s?
No, that was a fringe element among the hard left, the street left, but not the establishment.
But what we're seeing with somebody like Michael Hayden is that this is serial behavior.
He compared Trump's immigration policies to the death camps at Bergenau, Auschwitz.
And then not to be embarrassed by that, he was one of the 50 so-called Intelligence officers.
Yeah, and he said that 100 laps top was Russian disinformation, which even Hunter didn't claim.
Hunter didn't deny that it was his.
So, there's this group of people, Liz Cheney, Michael Hayden, Michael Beschloss, Bill Kristol, John Bolton, that they're so acculturated to the waters of Washington, And they swim in those waters that they feel that when they come down from on high and make these statements, it has an effect and it has no effect.
Nobody listens to them.
So then rather than correct or be self-reflective, they double down and double down.
And then they get past the point of caricature and they destroy themselves.
It's almost, you know, the Greeks said he who the gods would destroy if they are first made insane.
Right.
Yeah.
And that's what's happening.
But here, my question to you, given that you have that context, I mean, I was listening to your podcast recently.
You were discussing Carthage.
You were talking about the defeat of 90,000 Romans in one battle.
We're talking about an individual who's not just living in the bubble.
If Biden is reelected or Kamala becomes president, Mike Hayden could be invited back to become the CIA director again.
So how dangerous is this?
Are these just empty words?
No, it's very dangerous.
And I'll show you what I mean by that, Seb.
The election, there was a way forward in Georgia.
Had we as a party or had Trump said, all my supporters are disillusioned about the process, I know they have reason to be, but for this time and this occasion, this moment, vote.
And then he could have said to the independent, I offend you, but these people are hardcore Marxists.
And if we had those two seats, we wouldn't be in this mess right now.
So What we have to do as traditionalists and conservatives, and I think that Trump has to do along with the other luminaries of the Republican Party, is say, these people want to destroy us.
And if we keep going back tit for tat, that's what they want us to do.
And they'll use the administrative state to leak to The Washington Post and New York Times, and all we will be doing until midterms is reacting.
But we have a golden moment to take the House and the Senate and stop this madness.
We can stop it.
And so we need a positive agenda.
And when Big Tech says, we have to be careful.
Mark Zuckerberg says, I might not do what I did in 2020.
Don't believe them.
What they're saying is, essentially, we're going to use disinformation to get the right off guard, but we're going to go out and we're going to pour money like we've never done before into pre-selected precincts in these congressional districts, and we're going to censor, and we're going to exempt opinion that we don't like on Twitter and Facebook.
And they're going to really galvanize, and they act as if they're diffident, they're unsure, they're afraid of civil war.
That's all a ruse.
If you notice this new civil war porn, that all of a sudden the right is capable of civil war, and this is what Beschloss said.
He said he was commenting on civil war.
Well, anybody who's an insurrectionary would do things like the following.
Get rid of the filibuster.
Try to get rid of the electoral college.
Try to pack the court.
Try to have a national voting law.
Try to bring in two more states.
Try to use the administrative state in a weaponized fashion.
They are the revolutionaries and the insurrectionists, and yet...
You play into their game and all of a sudden we have to say, oh, we're not insurrections.
We don't want a civil war.
If your policies can't win elections, that's what you do.
You try and disassemble the system that doesn't allow you to win those elections.
We're talking to Professor Victor Davis Hanson of the Hoover Institution, also Hillsdale College.

Professor Hanson, there is a video clip actually from a friend of mine.
The podcast Trigonometry is hosted by two British friends of mine who were in my studio not recent, not too long ago.
They interviewed Sam Harris.
They released this video.
It has gone viral.
My buddy Dan Bonginos played it.
Newsmax, Eric Bolling has played it.
I'm going to be playing it on my show this weekend.
I'm sure you've seen it.
I just, for those of our listeners across the nation who may have missed it, here's just a 30-second clip of what this leading light of the left had to say about suppression of information just before an election.
Play cut.
Listen, I don't care what's in Hunter Biden's.
I mean, Hunter Biden, at that point, Hunter Biden literally could have had the corpses of children in his basement.
I would not have cared.
That doesn't answer the people who say it's still completely unfair to not have looked at the laptop in a timely way and to have shut down the New York Post's Twitter account.
That's a left-wing conspiracy to deny the presidency to Donald Trump.
Absolutely it was.
Absolutely.
But I think it was warranted.
An absolutely warranted conspiracy professor.
Some people have said he was having fun with the hosts, he was trolling them.
I think what happened there was the quiet part was said out loud.
Do you concur?
Yeah, I do.
I think he thought it was going to be edgy and controversial and that would be a good thing.
Of course, the thing to remember about that is when he says they're justified, he never quite tells us where, when exactly Donald Trump deserved that treatment.
Pollute the IRS?
Did he weaponize the FBI?
Did he take over the DOJ?
Did he spy on Hillary?
Professor, he does.
He gives one example in a 96-minute interview.
He gives one example.
He says Trump University.
Trump University, he said, is worse than anything you could imagine the Bidens having done.
Yeah, well, I mean that's...
It's reasonable.
Yeah, it wasn't like Melania went to Moscow and was paid a half a million dollars while Donald Trump was an elected official in the way that Bill Clinton did.
The other thing is that that's just the popular version or the crude version or the comic version of the serious version, which was Molly Ball's Time magazine confession in February of 2021, where she couldn't restrain herself.
She gushed and said, I've talked to people and big tech put in over 400 million and they She used the word, not mine, colluded with Wall Street and the corporate world and the Democratic Party and traditional media, and we modulated the protests to make sure they didn't embarrass Joe Biden.
And we were ready to restart them had he lost.
And we went into key selected precincts, and we changed the voting laws in states, and we absorbed the responsibilities of the registrars.
And we all did this to stop this existential Donald Trump.
It's very sophisticated and it shocked the left when it came out because she essentially basically said, all you people on the right who feel that we staged a conspiracy to change voting laws and ballot habits, which resulted in 70% of the ballots were not cast on election day, And the error rate in all the states went from a normal of 3 or 4 percent down to 0.1 or 0.2.
Yeah, that's right.
That's what we did.
We're geniuses.
You should respect that.
And I thought that was more shocking even than Harris.
He's kind of a buffoon.
But she was serious and she outlined exactly what they did and she had no apologies for it.
So to your qualification of Harris, please help me out here.
And this is a personal request, Professor, because you've lived in this environment.
I mean, I've taught as an adjunct at Georgetown.
I spent a year as a fellow at Harvard.
But you've been at Stanford.
You've lectured across the globe.
When people say that these individuals are clever, you may have a PhD from an Ivy League, you may have published books on the secular argument why God doesn't exist and why we're just, you know, wishing for fairies.
But at the final analysis, I just see people who are very stupid.
Because by their own logic, they are saying, I believe in democracy and we must protect democracy by undermining democracy.
Which is what they say.
I mean, this is not an internally cohesive argument.
Well, you can make the argument that institutionalized academia doesn't draw in the best and the brightest, and especially now when meritocratic standards have been gone.
But we saw Lancet, which is an academic medical journal, basically rig an investigation, according to Peter Daszak's tutelage, that exonerated the Wuhan lab, and then they had to retract most of it.
And we've seen all of these great scholars who get charged with plagiarism or expropriating other people's work.
Or we have the University of Chicago saying that for a year we're only going to allow English PhD candidates to be admitted that study black studies.
So this is a university system where you can pick the race of your own roommate.
This is a university system that in a... they use the word theme house, but it says members of particular races can't go in the door.
We have places called safe spaces that are no different than Jim Crow set-asides.
This is a place where, depending on the color of your skin, you're going to go to a particular graduation ceremony and no one else is.
And so, it's not a model anymore in the way that it was originally envisioned of a liberal place where for four years people would explore the truth in Socratic fashion.
And this is a place that's very ossified.
I mean, where else in American society do you get lifetime tenure after six years?
Yeah.
Nowhere else.
Absolutely.
But my question is how people who were... I think Harris was born in 67.
He's not a spring chicken.
How he doesn't see the utter fallacious nature of his own argument.
We're talking to Professor Victor Davis Hanson.
You've got to get any book with his name on it.
I recommend, especially when it comes to academe, Who Killed Homer?

Professor Hanson, there was an individual I had on my show last week, a very successful British podcaster, who did a very short video, seven minute video, on why it has to be Trump for 2024.
And his argument actually goes back to You know, the minstrels of yore, the poets such as Homer, the stories of Odyssey and the Odysseus and the Iliad, saying there is an arc, there is a narrative that has to be fulfilled, and if there is to be any truth to the arc, any justice to the arc of Donald Trump's narrative, he has to come back and drain the swamp.
My argument is a little bit more pragmatic as somebody who served in the White House, Only a politician who has been as crucified for six years, who knows what the FBI, the CIA, the DOJ, the NSA can do, will have the wherewithal and the backbone to clean out the Stygian stables.
Are we just being optimistic?
Or should we say that anybody could do it?
Or does Trump have a special role to play?
I think he has a special role.
The question is, and I don't have the answer, about half, I would say 60% of the Republican Party believes that what you just outlined, that you need somebody with fire in the belly, that not just has the AMAGA agenda, but understands the nature of his opponents.
And it's an existential fight to the end.
And then the question, the subsidiary question is, well, how about and this is posed, Mike Pompeo, Ron DeSantis, Tom Cotton, they're all great people.
But their argument is, well, they don't get into Twitter cul-de-sacs or they don't incite billions of dollars to come out because they are more selective and targeted and focused in their methods of attack on the left.
And they're not career politicians, and they do have fire in the umbrella.
And that's gonna be adjudicated in the primaries, I guess, Because the Trump people will say, yeah, but they're politicians.
And when a push comes to shove, they'll be like Mike Pence, who right in the middle of this FBI controversy comes down on top.
And they will say, no, no, no.
And we're going to see what happens, I think, in the primary.
So I think it's going to be good, actually, to have a primary and see how they all do.
And again, my only worry about Donald Trump is I think he had a wonderful record.
And when I see him on the stump, I think he needs to talk about that and say, I got 500 miles of new fencing and had they not stopped me, I would have finished and we wouldn't have had this problem.
I had Keystone.
I had Anwar.
I had New Federal.
Can you imagine what I'm going to do next time?
And just lay it out.
And these are the people I need in Congress.
Not, you know, I'm a hundred for six in my endorsement.
Who cares?
Just tell everybody, I'm assembling a team, and get positive, positive, because otherwise he falls into this trap that they're just maligning him.
They're lying about him.
They're assassinating him.
I couldn't do it.
Nobody I know could withstand that invective.
He's right about that.
But what they're trying to do is bleed him with 1,000 cuts, and that was the intent behind the raid, to leak, leak, leak, We're going to get a leak every week, Sebastian.
Oh, I know.
And this goes back to your point.
I can't wait for the primary.
I mean, it's one of the beauties of the American system.
Let's have the primary and let the people decide.
But can he get to the primary?
So the question is, can they stop him when the indictments come down for obstructing an official proceedings, mishandling of official documents?
Can he be stopped by the deep state?
I don't think he can.
Talk to lawyers.
It requires a pretty expansive interpretation of the constitution.
And at some point, if they take over the house, the Republicans, I think one of the first things they're going to do is they're going to impeach Merrick Garland.
I don't think they'll have the votes to convict him, but Merrick Garland will be under examination.
And it couldn't come too soon.
And maybe Mayorkas will be impeached, maybe Joe Biden for not deliberately neglecting to enforce immigration law, just to take one of many examples.
So they're going to go on the offensive.
And I think that will stop it.
But I think right now, Trump can build a consensus that by reminding people just how good it was, so when they say, oh, there was no inflation in June, he can say that's like Right.
saying a man who's in a well who is 10 feet below the surface and he climbs up one foot, he's not sinking, he's not trapped.
He can defend that record and promise people it's gonna get even better, rather than reacting to what they're intending.
They want him to go and give them an hour and a half rally where he recites all the litanies of aggression, and then they're going to smirk and say, well, he surely didn't talk about his agenda and Joe's inflation and Joe's crazy energy policy and Afghanistan and all of that.
So I don't want him to fall into that media, corporate, high-tech Biden trap.
Being proactive, not reactive.
The latest book that is of relevance to our discussion today is The Case for Trump by Victor Davis Hanson.

So if you'll indulge me, let's return to the Sam Harris interview with my friends at the Trigonometry Podcast.
This is another very short clip from Sam Harris where he justifies why it had to be somebody else, anybody except Donald Trump.
And Hillary Clinton, for all of her flaws, was not worse than Trump.
Joe Biden, we could have known Joe Biden was going to just be comatose in office, not worse than Trump.
Kamala Harris, not worse.
And again, it's not just a marginal call.
It's just, these are people who are Normal politicians who are so much more constrained by predictable machinery, right?
There's such less of an opportunity there to destroy institutions that we have to rely on, right?
With any of those people in charge, including a random person in charge.
So he may be buffoonish, but let's just drill down on three points here.
He said people like Hillary and Joe Biden are normal by comparison.
They are constrained by the existing establishment system, and they will make sure that the institutions are not disassembled or destroyed.
As a man who's written a book about President Trump, who's had hour-long conversations with him, wouldn't you say that's why 64 million Americans elected him?
Yeah, I think he was completely on hinge.
They have systematically destroyed institutions primarily and precisely because they're members of this bipartisan establishment who feels that they deserve exemption and receive it, not just from prosecution, but from the media.
And so Hillary Clinton can violate All sorts of security statutes by using a private server when she knows it can be tapped and given access to foreign actors, and she knows that nobody's going to do anything.
And she gauged right.
And people talk about, well, I guess when he says nobody does what Trump does, what's the question in an election?
Hillary Clinton said that she was a member of the resistance, that Donald Trump was not legitimate, and that if Joe Biden lost the popular vote, he shouldn't respect the verdict of the people.
But because she's Part of that fusion between progressivism, the administrative state, and the media, I guess he can't detect that, or he approves of it, and he's disingenuous.
But the reason that people voted for Donald Trump is they'd lost confidence in these institutions and these politicians, and they felt that they were threats to their republic.
And again, what he doesn't do, though, he never says, and I'm saying this because Donald Trump hired Christopher Steele threw three paywalls to spy on his opponent and then enlisted the aid of the CIA and the FBI to enhance a false narrative.
Or Donald Trump, who fabricated an idea that a bank was communicating from Russia with Hillary Clinton headquarters with pings.
All the things that we went through.
And he never says any of that.
I don't think he knows that.
I think he's just a person who's used to being in an academic environment.
In front of a class or colleagues and he makes these arguments by authority and nobody questions them but The look on the reviewers' faces when they were listening to this was sort of disbelief.
Oh, it was.
Is this man on the same planet, or what?
Yeah, it's one of the most entertaining things about the interview, I have to say, sadly.
Well, let's look at the reality that Sam Harris denies.
The FBI, an organization that I worked with very closely before I entered the White House, I trained them on ISIS ideology, at least Five, six thousand agents, intelligence analysts on field offices across the country.
My policy today, Professor, would be if the FBI agents knocked on my door, I would say, here's my lawyer's number.
You can talk to my attorney.
I don't trust them anymore.
Can this nation survive when 43 percent of voters polled say the FBI is Biden's Gestapo?
Do we dismantle it?
What does the next chief executive do?
Because there seems to be a political police force at the Hoover building just a few miles from this studio.
Yeah, I think it has to be farmed out by that.
I mean, there are good people in the FBI, but there are people that work on counterterrorism.
Why don't they go into the Homeland Security?
There are people who work on drug and they can go into drug enforcement there.
Yeah, they can use their counterfeit.
All of that can be farmed out with the problem is when you concentrate all of those into one agency and you give it this unfettered power, and it's so political, the director, and they're in Washington in this sensation, then you're going to have, starting back with Woodrow Wilson to J. Edgar Hoover, it's just innately dangerous.
And when you look at the performance of the last four directors, my God, Christopher Wray, dodging questions on his way to a vacation spot on an FBI plane, His predecessor lying four times to a federal investigator.
Investigating Hillary's emails while his wife was a recipient of Clinton-related cash.
Signing off on Kevin Clinesmith's altered document.
He was a replacement on an improvement supposedly from James Comey.
245 times can't remember to answer.
Memorializes a private conversation with the President of the United States and leaks it.
Then you go to Robert Mueller and the two catalysts for his own investigation, the Steele dossier, infusing GPS.
He swears under oath to the House Intelligence Committee.
He doesn't know anything about either one of them.
And these are the people for the last 20 years have been in charge of that agency.
And we're not even getting into, let's see if we can stop Trump, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, wiping clean phones, going after Michael Flynn with the ossified Logan Act, You know, Kevin Kleinsmith again, so I don't see that you're going to get a director up from the rank, the Washington ranks, to change any of that.
I tend to agree.
As a current intelligence professional of many, many years said on this show, send in the U.S.
Marshals, dismantle it, and send the good guys left over to other agencies.
I think that is the way to go.
But first, we have to win an election.
Dear friends, you're listening to Professor Victor Davis Hanson of the Hoover Institution.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
If you have one of these devices, please tell me it's not connected to the big cell phone companies because they are woke.
When the January 6th Committee subpoenaed my records from Verizon, they caved instantly and they handed over my records, my wife's records, and my children's phone records.
I switched immediately to the only Christian conservative cell phone company in America.
It's Patriot Mobile.
Switch today, you can keep your old number.
They have the same nationwide coverage, special discounts for veterans and first responders, and they love America like you do.
All right, I wish we had many, many more hours.
We are almost out of time.
I could do this for the whole day.
Professor, I know the President takes your counsel.
dot com slash G-O-R-K-A.
All right.
I wish we had many, many more hours.
We are almost out of time.
I could do this for the whole day.
Professor, I know the president takes your counsel.
I know he follows your work intently.
You've talked about what he needs to do is not react to the slings and arrows, but to talk about the reality of the last 18 months or it will be two two and a half years by then.
So if I may boil that down, is it...
Are we, is it not enough to do what Reagan said and to ask the rhetorical question, are you better off than you were four years ago?
Is MAGA and America First not enough by 2023?
Does it have to have a new shine put on it?
No, I think it just, I think it has to be a little bit articulated in what it was.
And it wasn't a radical rejection of traditional republicanism, but it was a modification of it.
It was border security.
It was tough with China.
It was skepticism about optional wars in the Middle East.
It was reinvigorating the written off red state interior.
And he can articulate that, but what he has to say is it worked.
Right, and is it fair to say, I'm just reacting to it as I'm hearing you, it's a pre-Rhino, it's a return to a pre-Rhino Republicanism.
Is that fair?
Yeah, and I think the populist point, and he said, if you believe what my critics say, then why in the world would a majority of Hispanic voters now be on the verge of voting for this agenda?
They're doing this because we in the Republican Party are not obsessed with race.
To the degree that we even think of division, they're class-based.
We feel that we're the protectors and the promoters of a wide, multiracial middle class that has legitimate grievances against a bi-coastal elite.
And I'm the emissary of those grievances, and here's what I'm going to do specifically.
And they're going to try to destroy me, and you've seen what they've done, but And when he said the other day, what can I do if this is getting to be dangerous?
He was on to something.
And he could have said, this is getting dangerous.
What you're doing to me and you keep doing to me is dangerous to the whole country.
And I'm not going to respond in kind, but I am going to give an alternate vision of why you people are not only a danger to me, but danger to people who vote for me.

I want to make sure that China does not destroy the American way of life.
And I want to put our resources and our strengths abroad where it's in our interest rather than in these optional agendas that don't really Sounds like America first to me.
