Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Biden's FBI goes full Gestapo
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
I would say that we're in a transition to a radical democracy.
And by that I mean that what anybody wants to do on any given day, if they have the power or the votes, they do it.
So we don't respect immigration law.
If people in the administration want to get rid of it and make the border open, they do it.
If you want to have a warrant for a particular FBI operation, you can find a judge and you do it.
So what I'm getting at, Mark, is if you have an agenda and you feel you have elected power, you don't respect any guardrails or prohibitions that Constitutional Republic set up to prevent the abuse of power.
So on any given day, this administration can do what they want.
And that's how they operate.
I mean, to use an ancient example, if they want to kill Socrates on Monday, they can do it and say it's legal.
Probably one of the wisest men alive in America today.
That's a regular guest on this show, Victor Davis Hanson of Stanford University on The Mark Levin Show.
And he's absolutely right.
Today, truth is unimportant.
Power serves those who are in power, and if they want to call you a criminal, they call you a criminal, and they deploy the FBI against you.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First, and you're listening and watching the Salem News Channel.
We have a very, very full, full show for you today.
We will have the lawyer, President Trump's lawyer, Christina Bobb, on with us next.
Who was there when the FBI arrived with guns to raid the private home of a man who, less than 24 months ago, was the Commander-in-Chief, was the President.
We'll be joined by John Solomon of Justin News Reports.
We'll be joined by former SEAL and FBI agent Jonathan Gillum and Natalie Winters.
So you don't want to miss one second.
Let me give you so much to say.
Let me give you the first most important thing that you need to appreciate.
Which is the whiplash force of how the narrative of what occurred at Mar-a-Lago has been Covered?
Not really covered.
Attempted, explained away by the mainstream media and by this administration.
What was the first excuse for raiding the home of the president?
We were told it had to do with the National Archives.
That there were documents that belonged to the US government and that had to be returned.
And that is why, despite being there just a couple of months ago and taking away 15 boxes of documentation, they had to come back, not to just ask for documents, but to raid Melania Trump's wardrobe.
To break the lock off the archive door that the FBI had demanded they put in place during their prior visit.
To break into the empty safe.
To bring a safecracker.
Because government documents had to go into the archive.
Despite the fact that every president has a sometimes decades-long discussion between his lawyers and the US government about which documents are his personal letters from heads of state mementos no no no in this case we're going to come to your house and we're going to raid it two months later number one the archives excuse what was second the second unbelievably
was the nuclear codes that President Trump had kept with him.
Materials of the highest Q clearance referring to our nuclear weapons.
Which is strange because if you know how the Q clearance and the weapons launching system works in America.
It's not like there's, you know, a piece of paper with a number on it and President Trump keeps it in his pocket and it never changes from administration to administration.
It's called the nuclear football!
It's carried by a man who walks within 30 feet of the incumbent president, which now sadly happens to be Joe Biden.
So, what, are we saying that the nuclear, that he took the nuclear football and put it in the closet?
In Melania's wardrobe?
at Mar-a-Lago.
And when people laughed at that, when people like Rick Grinnell, former ambassador, former director of national intelligence, posts quite amusing memes of President Trump in the White House with a couple of nuclear bombs, when people realize posts quite amusing memes of President Trump in the White House with a couple of nuclear bombs, when people realize even What's the latest this weekend?
Oh, we had to raid his home because of contraventions of the Espionage Act from a hundred years ago.
Excuse me?
The Espionage Act?
Let me get this straight.
So you're using The statute that we use to execute the Rosenbergs, to arrest and have shot people in time of war, because what did President Trump do exactly?
Did he give a napkin with little Kim's signature to his wife?
Or they're actually positing what?
The designs for the stealth bomber were stolen by President Trump and then put in a FedEx envelope to the Kremlin?
Are these people insane?
This is despite the fact that this is the man who did what in office to our enemies?
May I enumerate what he did to our enemies?
With Russia, he blocked the Nord Stream pipeline.
He had the Defense Department target and kill more than 200 Russian mercenaries in Syria who were destabilizing the region.
He had the chemical weapons cache of the Assad regime bombed into oblivion by 52 cruise missiles.
He declared a trade war against China And with his mean tweets, remember the nasty mean tweets, he sent a very clear message to that peculiar poor kind little individual in Pyongyang.
He said, you dare threaten America and I will turn your sad Stalinist country into a sheet of molten glass.
Oh, and then thanks to the work that Steve and I did, The president cancelled the JCPOA Iran deal that financed one of our biggest enemies.
So the guy that took on Iran, North Korea, Russia, and China, oh and by the way, sorry, how dumb of me, crushed the ISIS caliphate, unleashed JSOC, Bragg, the SEALs, to destroy The most dangerous global jihadi organization in the world.
He's the guy that they're imputing espionage crimes to?
The FBI has to be dismantled.
God.
The next President of the United States must be Donald Trump.
Why?
Not because of any personal loyalty I have to him.
Although he values loyalty.
And I value his support as a formerly commissioned political officer of the White House.
It has to be Donald Trump because he's the only one who will do what needs to be done.
He knows the power of the feds to destroy innocent people.
Nobody else will do what has to be done.
And by the way, Thanks Lisa Monaco.
Thanks Susan Rice.
Thanks Merrick Garland.
Thanks Christopher Wray.
You just made him more powerful than he's ever been before.

Okay, one of the most important guests we could have on the show.
I think we need to reach out to President Trump as well, get him back on the show.
But we have an eyewitness to what happened at Mar-a-Lago last week.
She is an attorney to my former boss, President Trump.
Christina Bob, welcome to America First. - Thank you so much, I am so excited to be here. - All right, so let's do a sanity check.
You're going to be our verification.
This is a former FBI agent called Stuart Kaplan who gives us his understanding of what happened at Mar-a-Lago.
Cut eight, play cut.
We know through her own statements she was restricted and kept out.
If Christina Bobb was allowed to come in, she would have said, hey guys, what are you looking for?
Let me make your life a lot easier.
Here are the documents, here are the boxes, be on your way and leave.
I can only conclude one thing, Dan.
The fact that they would prevent a counsel or a lawyer or the target of a search warrant to be prevented from watching just as a bird's eye view.
And keep in mind, I understand officer safety.
We don't want to let anybody impede or obstruct the search.
But it would only be one reason, and that's Dan, because they came in there not really knowing what the hell they were looking for.
It was a fishing expedition.
They went through everything, they rifled through everything, and they were hoping they were going to find some smoking gun.
Now, I don't know if you're like a triple, quadruple black belt in ninjutsu.
Maybe you're a super dangerous person to, you know, 300-pound FBI agents in ceramic-plated, bulletproof vests.
But what actually happened?
Is that true?
Were you kept out of the building?
How did the raid go down?
Give us a blow-by-blow, please, Christina, as eyewitness.
Yeah, he was exactly right.
I arrived on scene after I got a phone call that the FBI was raiding Mar-a-Lago, and I needed to respond, so I got down there about 10.30.
They had been there for a while, so I'm guessing they got there maybe 9 o'clock, probably no earlier than 8 o'clock in the morning.
And I reached out to the FBI agents in charge there, and I said, you know, I want to see a warrant.
They pushed back.
They originally didn't even want to let me see the warrant.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
I gotta stop you here.
I'm no lawyer.
I'm no lawyer.
But even if you're going into a crack house, my understanding, and correct me, I know I'm an immigrant.
I only became an American citizen in 2012.
My understanding is you must show the front page of a warrant to the person whose property you are raiding.
Am I wrong on that?
Uh, that's my understanding as well.
And of course I made that argument loud and clear, uh, to which they did then show me the warrant.
They allowed me to see it.
They did not give me a copy until the very end.
So about nine or so hours later, I was actually given the copy.
Uh, but initially I got to see it, they took it away.
And then I just started to follow them thinking naturally I'm going to go watch and see what they're doing.
And they stopped me and said, you know, basically you can't leave the parking lot.
I was relegated to the circle drive there at Mar-a-Lago right outside the ballroom.
And, you know, for those that see the aerial pictures, that big circle at the front, I mean, I could stand there.
That's about as far as I could go.
Was there anybody else who works for the president, is a member of his family, who is allowed to go in the building while they raided Melania's closet?
Not to my knowledge, no.
I don't think they let anybody as far as the family goes.
I do think Secret Service escorted them around the property.
And I have tremendous respect for Secret Service, not in any way trying to question them.
But that's different than having a member of the family or legal counsel present.
But Secret Service were there, I believe.
And is it true there are reports, Christina, that they requested, the FBI wanted to have the security cameras at Mar-a-Lago switched off while they searched the rooms?
Yeah, they did.
They tried to get the cameras turned off.
And initially, I think, I don't know exactly, but my understanding of the story was that initially, you know, the maintenance crew at Mar-a-Lago complied initially.
And then, you know, they got the attorneys involved and they said, Nope, you don't have to turn them off.
I believe by the time I arrived, they had been turned back on.
So if they were off, they were only Did they give a reason as to why, if this was a legal warrant, why they wanted to not be seen as to what they were doing?
Yeah, that's a really good question.
No, they didn't give a reason.
And I, of course, pulled out my cell phone and started filming everything for legal preservation, trying to document everything that was happening.
They tried to get me to stop filming.
Politely, as I was capable in the moment, declined to turn my camera off.
So, you know, I did what I could and documented everything that I could.
But they were very much trying to get me to not film, you know, not do anything to record who was there.
I asked for badge numbers of the officers.
They wouldn't give me badge numbers.
The FBI agent in charge there did tell me his name.
So I put that down, you know, sent that to the attorneys in Washington, D.C.
As far as who actually was in the house, they only gave that to Secret Service.
Obviously, anybody who enters the President's residence.
But the Secret Service doesn't own the property.
They're not the targets of the war.
And the Secret Service is utterly irrelevant in terms of constitutional law.
Most homes in America don't have Secret Service protection.
So telling them is kind of irrelevant.
So let me just run something by you.
I'm sure you are very professional, very diplomatic.
However, from another source, I have heard that it got rather, let me say this, heated.
The behavior of the FBI was less than respectful to the office of the person whose home they were raiding.
Did it get somewhat tense that day?
Yeah, it did.
Initially, when I first got there, of course, I was heated.
I was somewhat aggressive, demanding to see the warrant and wanting an explanation for why they were there.
They responded in like kind.
And so, yes, initially it was very heated.
Neither of us wanted to create anything worse than what we were already experiencing.
So, It didn't get further than a colorful exchange of words and kind of posturing, and it only lasted for a minute or two with the FBI.
It quickly calmed down and everything was fine.
The Department of Justice, the assistant US attorney on site that I spoke to, it's the same type of thing.
We were both kind of posturing, trying to hold our ground and, you know, keep as much ground as we could in the situation.
And the AUSA made sure that I knew they had every right to do whatever they were doing.
And that's how it went.
Switching off cameras, not giving badge numbers.
Absolutely outrageous.
That is the FBI's behavior.
We're lucky that you were on the ground.
She's going to stay with us.
We're not letting her go anywhere.
For one more segment, follow her at Christina underscore Bob.
Thank you.
I know Sebastian well.

Attorney to my former boss, President Trump.
Couple of short statements, official statements from President Trump.
America has never suffered this kind of abuse in law enforcement.
For the FBI to raid the home of the 45th President of the United States, or any president for that matter, is totally unheard of and unthinkable.
This break-in was a sneak attack on democracy, our republic, and was both unannounced and done at a time when the president was not even present.
It was for political, not legal reasons, and our entire country is angry, hurt, and greatly embarrassed by it.
Make America great again.
Just a few moments ago, latest statement from the president.
Wow.
In the raid by the FBI of Mar-a-Lago, they stole, stole my three passports.
One expired, along with everything else.
If you're wondering why he has multiple passports, I had three passports, okay?
You can have a regular one, a diplomatic one, an official one.
They're all different colors, depending upon what Roll you're using when you're traveling are you going on a diplomatic mission or not?
So there's nothing hinky or weird about that This is an assault on a political opponent at a level never seen before in our country third world Christina I don't know what else is going to come out of this.
The idea that they're stealing the President's passports as if he's some kind of drug lord they want to prevent fleeing the country.
Let's go back to the initial raid.
How did it happen?
Did you know about it in advance?
Did they tell you?
Some people say that the Secret Service was informed.
Was this a surprise to you?
Yes, this was a surprise to me and to my knowledge it was a surprise to everybody involved.
We had been very cooperative.
Like I said, we had a meeting in June with the FBI and a member of the DOJ and gave them access to whatever they wanted.
They wanted to see the storage unit, so we escorted them down and showed them the storage unit and turned over everything that we believed was responsive to their requests.
President Trump himself told them, you know, anything that they want, make sure, make sure that the FBI and DOJ get access to anything they want.
You know, we have nothing to hide.
We're, you know, we're open, open doors, open books.
So you can see whatever you want.
And then we did that.
And then the very next thing that happened was this raid.
So, uh, let me just be specific here.
When they were there in June, they inspected everything.
You gave them whatever documents they wanted.
They said, Hey, can you put a better lock on the archive room?
And you did.
Did they at that time say, by the way, we're leaving now, but we think that you've stolen some nuclear secrets and we'll be back in two months with guns.
Did they say that?
No, you know, they left that part out.
That was not part of the conversation.
We made it very clear that we've tried to be as cooperative as we can.
The requests were not specific.
The requests were not, we think you have X document, Y document, Z document, can you turn it over?
It just said, give us what you've got.
It was a very general request, and we responded to it as best we could in the way that we thought was appropriate, and then this raid happens.
Unprecedented, not just that they raided the personal residence of the president, but they weren't particularly specific in what they wanted.
For example, when they raided Rudy Giuliani's home, they had very specific requests about what they were looking for, his devices.
They got that and they left.
They didn't ransack the house.
They didn't go through everything.
It was exactly what they needed.
Which leads us to the conclusion that this is a fishing expedition.
They want to stop him and they're just fishing for anything they can exploit.
Christina, we've got a minute left.
I have to ask you.
I haven't bugged him since this happened.
I'm going to write him and send him a note.
But how is President Trump doing?
How are his spirits?
How has this affected him?
He is more determined than ever to make America great again, to save this great nation.
He believes in what we stand for, believes in the American people, and he recognizes that this is a political attack.
And he is not about to cower to anything or anybody, and he stands for what we all stand for, American freedom and making America great again.
And if anything, it's just more—he's more resolved to do that.
Well, that's why he must be destroyed.
Because he loves America and he's fighting for all Americans, guys.
That's why.
Nobody owns him.
Nobody controls him.
This administration is in a tailspin.
They are so afraid of him.
They are stealing his passports.
That's all you have to know.
God bless you, Christina.
Please be a regular.

Don't be a stranger.

I think he works about 26 hours a day, but John Solomon is always on the beat.
John, welcome back to America First.
Good to be with you.
All right, so I don't know if you might have heard of this person.
The FBI is a topic of some, you know, discussion lately.
And there's a former, I think he's a former FBI guy, called Peter Stroke, who you may have heard of, who had this to say on MSNBC about his former agency, John.
Well, Joe, absolutely the American public should trust what the FBI is doing.
You know, what's funny is I think back the year and a half that I spent with the team looking at Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server, there was no concern.
There was no outrage on behalf of any Republican as we used search warrants, as we went out and did a very invasive investigation to try and get to the bottom of what she did or didn't do.
So it's not that the FBI is targeting any one side or the other.
Oh, everybody's treated equally, John.
I mean, you know this as well as anybody else.
Your reaction to Peter Stroke, the man with the most famous smirk in Washington, D.C., given your amazing coverage at justthenews.com.
I know he's supposed to be an expert, and I'm sure he was.
I'm not going to call into question his career.
But when I first reported that the FBI had used a grand jury subpoena in June to get the records from President Trump, he was casting doubt on it, casting doubt on it.
The FBI doesn't do that.
This must be wrong.
And then CNN reporting went, oh, I guess it's right.
It was the funniest thing to watch him do the 360 on social media.
This is a guy paid to just say things right now, right?
And I think we have to look at the record of those investigations.
What did the IG say about the Hillary Clinton investigation?
The FBI illegally usurped the authority of the Justice Department to make a conclusion that not the prosecutor that should have been left for the prosecutors.
Peter Strzok was part of an investigation that the Justice Department Inspector General went and specifically criticized as illegal, improper, not handled properly thanks to James Comey.
What did they say about the FBI's Russia collusion case?
The other thing that he was most famously associated with They said that they filed false FISA warrants, that at least one member of the team doctored evidence to mislead a court, and that they didn't have a basis for getting the FISA warrant at least two of the four times.
I'm not sure that Pete Strzok has a lot of merit being on television right now, given the conclusions about specific cases he was involved with or led.
Yeah, beyond, you know, his lack of credibility as a quote-unquote expert, I think, wasn't he the guy who was having an affair and texted about having a backup plan to get rid of Trump and going to a Walmart and smelling the Trump voters?
Is that the same Peter Stroke?
It is.
And think about this.
One of the things we know.
Remember, he's a counterintelligence agent.
What do we know foreign powers have used over the years to compromise Americans?
Sex, right?
And there he is having an affair and putting himself potentially vulnerable to extortion in violation of the best practices of counterintelligence investigators.
He himself is having an affair, which puts him in jeopardy of being extorted.
Something that some of the experts I talked to, you know, flagged at the time, which is what bad judgment.
If you're trying to not be compromised, then don't.
engage in a behavior that the FBI fears can lead to compromised efforts by a foreign intelligence agency.
This is not a guy whose record deserves the merit of attention he now gets on television, at least not from the facts.
All right.
You've got to watch this gentleman's show every night, 6 o'clock Eastern, on Real America's Voice.
The book is Fallout.
Nuclear bribes, Russian spies, and the Washington lies that enriched the Clinton and Biden dynasties.
Let me just put a headline up here that I'm sure you found as amusing as I did.
This is from the New York Times regarding the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Eric, will you flash that headline up on the screen?
Trump claims he declassified all the documents at Mar-a-Lago.
Even if that's true, it probably doesn't matter.
That's quite a headline, John, isn't it?
Well, it's typical for the New York Times, which is, what they don't have in fact, they substitute opinion for, right?
Probably, maybe, could have, should have, would have.
That's not a headline that journalists should be writing, right?
They should stick to the facts.
And over the weekend, one of the great authors at the New York Times, Maggie Haberman, was taking me on saying, you can't possibly be cooperating when you get a subpoena.
I did send her back a 1998 story in the New York Times that pointed out that the New York Times said she was Hillary Clinton was cooperating with a subpoena.
Bill Clinton was cooperating with a subpoena.
But she completely contorted my words.
I said that he got a subpoena, and then they did things cooperatively, like allow the FBI to take a tour of the building.
She has tried to cast aspersion on anything that isn't the official argument of the New York Times.
I don't know.
I used to read the New York Times seriously every day.
I still read it, but now sometimes, to find bad examples of journalism, I scratch my head on a daily basis for the way they conduct themselves as journalists.
No neutrality and substituting opinion for facts when they don't have facts.
Well, if you want bad examples of journalism, anything that Maggie Haberman writes is a good place to start.
We've only got a minute left.
It kind of sparked my interest when I saw it in the final list of items taken from Mar-a-Lago that was leaked at the weekend.
You also found it very interesting.
What is the discrepancy with one of the items in the reason given for the raid, John?
Well, listen, this is a national security raid.
They were trying to recover classified documents, according to the search warrant.
One of the first items they took, the president's executive privilege-covered file on why he gave a pardon to Roger Stone.
What does that have to do with national security or classified documents?
Nothing that we can tell them.
Now, maybe something will change, but to me, that was the biggest red flag on a list.
Most of the other items on the list were very generically described, but this one was very specific.
Why do they need a Roger Stone pardon file as part of an effort to recover classified documents?
I don't know.
I'm scotching my head thinking that maybe there's more to this story than what the search warrant gives us.
Yeah, because it's about nuclear weapons and espionage.
That's why we need Roger Stone's pardon file.
It stinks to high heaven.
I know somebody who's going to get to the bottom of it.
The man with amazing connections, doing it for decades, and he's a real journalist.
Follow him at jsolomonreports.
The book is Fallout.
God bless you, John.
Keep sending me those stories so we can push them out to all of our millions of listeners and followers across the nation.

Now call 800-500-8384 or go to relieffactor.com.
That's 800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
Um... Mic's on.
Yep.
What should we call that?
Um... Why was Roger Stone... Um... Part of the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago?
Uh-huh.
Have you got everything else?
Uh, so far, yes.
Okay.
So we're planning really far ahead then.
I mean, at this point with the passport thing, they do indict him.
You know that trial's got to be in D.C., right?
No.
Like that's where it would be held.
Yeah, but he'll demand that it isn't.
Right.
So – but they can delay – delaying is definitely the best thing to do, delay until the midterms.
But say the trial does ultimately go to D.C. like Biden's DOJ overrules it.
You know he goes to a D.C. jury.
They will convict him even if he's innocent.
So at that point, does that prevent him from running for president right then and there?
Is it game over?
No.
No, you can run as president.
Convict – like because the whole idea is like if he's convicted of a crime or something.
But it doesn't matter.
The Constitution doesn't say you have to be unconvicted.
Yeah.
Okay, okay.
Just making sure.
Yeah.
No, Constitution doesn't matter.
I would say even if he's convicted, he totally should run.
What?
I would say even if he's convicting, quote, unquote, he should totally still run.
Oh, yeah.
It's getting scary.
Forty seconds.
So if he wins, they're going to have to – they're not going to contest the election at all, you don't think?
Of course they will.
That's what I mean.
That's what I mean.
Of course they will.
Constitutional crisis.
Constitutional crisis.
Constitutional crisis.
Constitutional crisis.
Out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Welcome back, dear friends.
I may have been at a wedding this weekend.
Thank you, thank you, thank you kindly, Kurt Schlichter, for stepping into the breach.
Nicely done, sir.
Did he get Senator Cruz on?
I'm impressed.
That guy's got connections.
But while I was away, I did design some stuff with our team.
Have you seen our latest mug and t-shirt?
It is hot off the presses, already sold out on Friday.
It is back to availability.
Joe Biden's Gestapo from Nazi Germany to the USA in 80 years.
That's the FBI.
Get your mug, get your t-shirt at SebGorkaStore.com because it's true.
What's the difference between the Gestapo and the FBI?
About 80 years.
SebGorkaStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorkaStore.com.
Let's go to your calls.
Glenn, Phoenix, line one.
Welcome to America First, Glenn.
So I had asked a guy at my church yesterday, because he's a former chief of police, and I had remembered before that when they're going to charge you with something, they take your passport.
So I asked him, I said, is this why they took his passport?
Because the next thing is they're going to charge Donald Trump with a crime.
He says he has no inside information, but that's what he You know, basically being a law enforcement officer for 30 years believes that that would be the next step.
I just wanted to get your take if you think that, in fact, they are going to charge him.
Oh, absolutely.
Even before the Mar-a-Lago raid, Glenn, I said that there will be criminal referrals coming out of the show trial that is the January 6 witch hunt and that the DOJ will charge President Trump with something spurious like obstruction of an official proceedings or what have you.
So, no, that prediction is now doubly so after the raid.
So, yes, stealing his passports like he's Pablo Escobar and he's some kind of flight risk like a drug cartel Honcho, it's absolutely outrageous, but yes, it clearly indicates that they wish to indict him.
Thank you, my friend.
Let's go to Judy in Brooklyn.
Judy, welcome to America First.
Hello.
Yes.
How does the FBI spell charade?
So I tell you, S-H-A-R-A-I-D.
That's what they did, a charade.
It's a political theater and persecution, okay?
And let me tell you, the FBI now, as far as I'm concerned, stands for Filthy Bastards Incorporated, rummaging through Melania Trump's private wardrobe.
Why do they have a dress rehearsal there, a fashion show?
What did they do for nine hours?
Come on.
You know, I want to tell you something.
We are under siege by tyrannical traitors, okay?
These people are traitors to this country and all Americans, all of them, okay?
And they're doing it by hook and by crook, Donald.
Donald, I'm calling you Donald.
Donald!
It's not my name.
It's a good name.
It's a good name, but it's not my name, Judy.
I worked for Donald.
President Trump.
They want to fundamentally change this country, right?
Into a slave mentality, communist piece of crap.
They want to take a... You know, he is the freedom fighter.
This is the American freedom fighter, Donald J. Trump.
And everyone like you and other people that are fighting for the freedom of this country.
Man, I can't.
Will you slow down?
I can't keep up with all these ideas for our store.
We could have a FBI Filthy Bastard ink t-shirt.
We could have President Trump, the American fighter.
I love it.
Keep her on!
Stay on the line!
We're gonna send Judy one of our FBI mugs!
Stay on the line.
Now it was being deployed against the American people and our president.
This is the biggest political scandal in modern history, which makes Watergate look like a tiff.
The FBI director has no credibility.
The left used to not trust the FBI, and now they love them.
This can happen to General Michael T. Flynn.
Imagine what they do to anybody who has a single strike against them.
35 Russian diplomats in the U.S.
expelled.
The prosecution of General Flynn wasn't a pursuit of criminal activity.
It was a setup.
Flynn actually had details.
He was talking about going after people's budgets.
They were terrified.
Media didn't start as neutral.
Media hasn't been neutral all its life.
The two faces of Hillary Clinton are coming out.
In fact, through WikiLeaks, that she says one thing and...
Oh, no.
They worked hand-in-glove with Comey to try to delegitimize Trump.
They were not there to tell the truth.
A political dirty trick is being carried out by our intelligence community.
Honestly, none of us really know, sort of holistically, what to think about this dossier.
They went into Congress.
They said, nothing here.
Doesn't matter.
We'll keep going with FISA.
We'll keep going with the investigation.
And more importantly, we will go on TV, day in and day out, and lie to the American people to their face.
And nothing's going to happen to us.
The nation and all of our freedoms hang by a thread.
And the military apparatus of this country is about to be handed over to scum who are beholden to scum!
Russian scum!
We had not one person claim that they had or had seen evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians.
Devin Nunes was the hero in the forest.
He was alone.
He was mocked.
He was attacked.
Devin Nunes was subject to such scorn for saying the conclusions that we brought forth in that report, which all proved to to be true.
Russiagate was a false story.
To target their political opposition.
To carry out their insurance policies.
I believe this is a conspiracy.
These guys have perpetrated the greatest crime against the American people ever seen.
It was a coup d'etat.
This is how sick and twisted these people are.
I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S.
citizens involved in the Trump transition.
It was shocking to see some of the over-classification that was done to hide either corruption or abuse of authority and just to make sure certain agencies didn't look bad.
We have a peaceful transition of power process.
That's not what happened.
There were more meetings, there were more leaks, there were more attacks.
The thing that they were investigating the Trump campaign for is what they themselves were doing.
Not just the Democratic Party and their operatives, but also the FBI.
If I were writing about the time frame that we lived in, and that we're living in now, I would say it wasn't supposed to happen.
They weren't supposed to know.
The entire time this was going on, they thought this was going to be what sunk the Donald Trump presidency.
and they were just looking for the golden goose and they still haven't found it because it doesn't exist.
Judge Thomas, you solemnly swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth to help you God.
I do.
Please be seated.
When I was six, I wandered the streets by myself.
You were hungry and didn't know when you'd eat.
Someplace in my life, the roads split off.
I had gone to the seminary.
I had gone to all-white school.
I was never gonna be a part of that world.
I was never gonna be white.
The problem is, I could never go back completely to the world I came from.
We're supposed to be revolutionaries.
We work for anybody who's kind of in your face.
I saw what I had become, lashing out at every single thing.
And then I asked God, if you take anger out of my heart, I'll never hate again.
And that was the beginning of the slow return to where I started.
I want my candidacy to unify our country.
I was under constant attack.
You're not really black because you're not doing what we expect black people to do.
I will nominate Judge Clarence Thomas to serve as Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
That's when all heck broke loose.
Judge Thomas began to use work situations to discuss sex.
We know exactly what's going on here.
This is the wrong black guy.
He has to be destroyed.
You really didn't matter.
What mattered was what they wanted.
So you'd still like to serve on the Supreme Court?
I'd rather die than withdraw from the process.
I wouldn't be able to say I lived up to my oath and did my best.
I wouldn't be able to say I lived up to my father.
I wouldn't be able to say I lived up to my father.
On the side of the U.S.
Constitution.
America first.
Welcome dear friends.
It seems as if I feel like I could have the same topic for the next how long till the election?
80 days?
78 days?
Because it is that that important.
And those who say they are on our side Well, some of them are missing the plot.
Welcome back to America First with me, Sebastian Gorka, your host, former strategist to President Trump, member today, thanks to President Trump of the Pentagon's National Security Education Board, and a man who still has a top-secret clearance so I can talk to you a little bit about how the system works.
I can't talk to you about classified materials, but let me just tell you very, very clearly Every president in history, since we created the classification system, left office with the highest clearance intact and carried it to their deathbed.
Yes, even today, Jimmy Carter, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, shockingly, Obama and President Trump have the highest level of clearance, including also pertaining to nuclear weapons.
Now, let me read to you from a Supreme Court case concerning the authorities of a president when it comes to clearances.
This is from the case Department of Navy versus Egan and this is a Supreme Court decision and it is the law of America to this day.
The President, after all, is the Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, as per the U.S.
Constitution.
His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security and to determine whether an individual is sufficiently trustworthy to occupy a position in the executive branch that will give that person access to such information flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President.
and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant.
In English, the powers of the President to control, classify, and declassify information, and to provide clearances, or strip people of their clearances, is unique, is sui generis, and is not a function Or a victim or beholden or hostage to separation of powers or the powers of the Constitution.
Because guess what?
The Senate and the House are not the Commander-in-Chief.
The Speaker of the House, the Majority Senate Leader, is not the Commander of the Armed Forces.
Only the President is.
And as such, President Trump, who gave out a blanket declassification order with regards to key issues such as Russia collusion before he left office, cannot repeat, cannot be charged, cannot be prosecuted for anything to do with regards to those materials because he alone declassified them.
The decision continues.
This court has recognized the government's, quote, compelling interest in withholding national security information from unauthorized persons in the course of executive business.
The authority to protect such information falls on the president as head of the executive branch and his commander-in-chief.
Let me just, in case somebody is just, you know, mucking around with a dial on a rental car and has just landed on our modest little program that beams from Los Angeles to New York, let me repeat that for you.
Whoever you voted for, The authority to protect classified information falls on the president as head of the executive branch and as commander-in-chief.
And solely the fact that in seven days The putative justification for this illegal raid, after the President was cooperating with the authorities and the National Archives, has changed not once, not twice, but three times.
Tells you it's all a lie.
First, the raid was the culmination of months and months of back and forth with the president over who gets to keep which documents, which are his based upon executive privilege that he keeps at home and which have to go into the National Archive or his future presidential library.
Which, by the way, I think he'll be building after 2028.
Do the math.
That's the first thing.
Oh, documents!
We needed the secret ones to take to the archives.
Then, when it was all blowing up, when rhinos were protecting the president, when Andrew Cuomo decided that the DOJ better have a smoking gun here or this is going to look like political persecution, the story flipped again.
And the lapdog Castrated eunuchs of the Washington Post, the New York Times and the CNN parroted out the new administration talking points.
No, no, no, no.
It's not about just classified documents.
It's about nuclear weapons.
That's what it's about.
Really?
What, like he stole the launch codes?
You mean you didn't change them at 12 o'clock on January the 20th?
Really?
We're supposed to believe that?
And when people laughed at that, when the likes of Rick Grinnell posted memes excoriating the absurdity, the narrative had to shift once more!
Oh, now it's the espionage act that the president has transgressed.
We're supposed to believe he's giving away national secrets.
You know, the thing, the little note on a napkin from Macron of France is somehow a super-duper secret.
Or he's giving away the designs of the B-2 stealth bomber to little Kim in North Korea.
We're supposed to believe that?
No.
There's one reason they're doing this.
Because he's not just a former president.
He's a candidate.
He's the most powerful candidate who's going to run against Joe Biden.
And that's why they raided his home.
But to those conservatives who think, oh, they were just doing their job, I've got something to tell you.
And I'm saddened.
I've texted him this morning.
He hasn't got back to me, hopefully because he's too embarrassed.
This morning on Fox & Friends, somebody who I like, who I consider, you know, a bit of a friend, Steve Doocy, was making excuses for Biden and the Gestapo-like tactics of the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
Cut 9.
We just know that right now, given the fact that there is a suggestion that there are a lot of online, very specific apparently, very specific threats against very specific agents at the FBI and whatnot, it would be great for everybody to tamp down the rhetoric against the FBI, because the FBI simply was doing what the DOJ asked them to do.
The Attorney General is the boss of the guy at the FBI, of all the people at the FBI.
You know, with all of these threats going around, it would ultimately be great if the former president, who has always been a great supporter of law enforcement, had posed with a thousand police departments coast to coast.
It would be great if he called for an end to the violent rhetoric against federal law enforcement, and in particular, the FBI that was just doing their job.
Yeah!
Just doing their job.
Steve, Steve, Steve.
In American law and in international law, following orders is not an excuse.
They tried that at the Nuremberg trials.
The Nazis who went on trial for crimes against humanity said, I was just following the orders of the Third Reich.
It doesn't matter.
You are obliged as an officer of the state to disobey illegal orders.
It's actually in our regulations for the military as well.
You are obliged not to obey an illegal order.
What if you said, oh, they're just following orders of the DOJ.
What if Merrick Garland said, go to Mar-a-Lago and shoot President Trump in the head?
Just doing their orders?
Really?
Really, Steve Doocy?
And then to say, well, we're the party that's pro-police.
No, we're pro-police Because they do their job.
We're not pro-corrupt police.
And to fall for the trap, I think you're a well-meaning guy.
Your son's great.
Often text your son as well when he does something cool in the press briefing, shows up those hacks.
But to fall for the, oh, FBI agents are being threatened now.
What the hell has that got to do with the illegal raid on Mar-a-Lago?
And where were you when police officers weren't just threatened for two years by BLM, but were shot at, were killed, like David Dorn?
Don't fall for the moral equivalency of the left.
They hate the police.
We love them.
Unless they're corrupt.

Oh, okay.
Alrighty.
How's it going, Rumblers?
All 1,300 of you.
Welcome, welcome, one and all.
Greetings, Ramblers.
- The others. - Three and a half.
You want the mics on for Gillum?
Yeah.
All righty.
And we have them.
The mics are live.
Three minutes.
Alright, is that the, uh, the sheepdog?
Hey, dude.
How we doing?
Hey, the guy- Good, the guy, Steve, that you had on with you the other day is actually a friend of mine.
Oh, Steve Gray?
Yeah, Steve Gray.
Good!
I was shocked to actually I haven't talked to him so I didn't know that he felt like that so and the thing about the uh the bands that go around the um the badge is very strange well not only that I he kind of I think he missed it out when we did the story not only did he get like you know 50 of them in an envelope they were mailed from the the FBI RA He needs to count those, because if there were 45 in it, that would be very telling.
Yeah, no, it was shocking when I saw it.
Alright, two segments, we'll mention the book, and I'm just going to get your take on all of this, alright?
Okay.
What do I mention apart from the book?
The experts, right?
Yeah, you can mention that.
It's funny, I haven't done one in a year, but it just popped up to 150 on iTunes.
Excellent!
Because I've been talking about this stuff for years.
Right!
You look good.
How's life?
Good, good.
I just got back from Sturgis.
I got to speak on stage in front of 30,000 people.
All right, I'm gonna ask you about that.
What's next to you?
It looks like you've got the Death Star control panel next to you.
What is that?
That's the Rode Procaster for podcasts.
Very nice.
Yeah, it's made all the difference in the world for Doing podcasts.
How's your knee, by the way?
It's good.
It's still not up to snuff, but my 23-year-old son just texted me this morning.
So he just found out after 10 years of rowing, he's got a double meniscus tear.
He's got to have surgery on Monday.
He's got to have seven weeks recovery.
Ouch.
What were you going to say about this?
It's not what?
It's not mobile, right?
That's a static thing, right?
No, I can take it with me.
It's small.
It's not huge.
Looks cool.
And what does it help you do?
Well, it's got all the... It's a mixing board, so it's got all the mic stuff on it and everything.
Yeah.
As I totally jack it up here.
Okay, there you go.
Forty-five seconds.
Alright, standby.
Forty seconds.
How do you like my, uh, paneling?
I love that!
It looks really cool.
It looks like you're in, uh, Jack Carr's house.
Kill cars.
Jack Carr.
Wish I had that money.
Wish I had that money.
Wish I had that money. - I'm not.
I did a Twitter space yesterday.
It was so weird.
You know me, I'm a night owl.
I was on Twitter late, late at night and then at the top this new thing comes up.
Twitter space activated and I thought, what is that?
I heard about them and I hit on it and I joined this conversation listening to about 200 people, 300 people, mostly libertarians.
Talk about the news of the day and then the host said we've got Seb Gawker on the call and I was just I just wanted to listen I guess he could the host could see me and so they they turned on my mic and for the next while my wife's trying to sleep for the next two and a half hours I'm on this
kind of town hall twitter thing it was fascinating until the host decided to be an ass and i'll explain what happened later but um we we had fun nuance bro he's on twitter is nuance bro dude you're not a serious individual somebody who is serious and i consider him to be not only a great patriot but a friend is our current guest right now jonathan gillam it's been a long time brother welcome back to america first Man, it is good to be with you.
I've never done that thing on Twitter, but there's a thing called Clubhouse that's kind of like that.
Yes, exactly.
It's like Twitter's version of Clubhouse, but if you're the host of one of these things and in the background while you're asking a guest to talk and take questions, you shouldn't DM other people saying, Let's ambush Gorka by getting someone like Nick Fuentes on the call right now because I've got friends everywhere and they send it to me and you look like a putz.
So Nuance bro, we're gonna have fun with you.
Alright, before we get to the big story of the day and why you're so, so qualified to discuss it.
Dear friends, I want to thank all of you.
We have sailed past some of our initial target goals to get food to the children who are starving in Ukraine.

Alright, so for guys and gals who don't know you, why not?
They should know you.
They should check out your podcast, The Experts.
They should read your book, Sheep No More.
But what have you done in uniform And wearing, I don't know whether you wore, you know, khaki cargo pants and just a raid jacket most of the time, but tell our three million listeners what you did in a past life before you became a podcaster.
I started out as a police officer in Arkansas and then went into the Navy and was a SEAL officer.
And then I went from the SEAL teams to contracting, from contracting to the FBI in New York where I was on the criminal and then the counterterrorism sides of the house.
And then when I got out of that, Katherine Harridge, that used to be with Fox News, got me In the media and it kind of went from there and you know now I'm podcasting, written four books, working on a fifth one and doing a lot of speaking.
I didn't know it was Katherine Herridge.
Good for her.
One of the few real journalists out there.
Okay, so let me run something past you.
I dedicated all of yesterday's show.
If you guys didn't see the Gawker reality check on Newsmax, Go to our Rumble channel, go to my Twitter feed, see the segments we posted.
We had the best of the best on there.
Of course, this guy wasn't available because he was with hundreds of motorbike riders at Sturgis, but we'll get you back on the show.
And I had somebody on with us called Steve Gray, who, like you, had worked through the divisions.
He did Crim, he did CT, he did CIA, counterintelligence at the FBI, just retired in January.
And he said the following to me, and I just need a sanity to reject John because it really shocked me.
He said, given the amount of officers, the amount of special agents, the amount of equipment that they took in there, and the fact they spent over nine hours with the security camera Steve Gray, former, you know, senior FBI guy, said he thinks the FBI left surveillance equipment at Mar-a-Lago to spy on President Trump.
I was shocked.
You served inside the bureau.
Are you shocked?
No, no, I'm not shocked.
I'll tell you why.
Because the way this is playing out is we're seeing a pattern All right.
Since 2015, really, when President Trump started his campaign.
And so you often see this with organized crime and also with individual criminals who repeat offends.
So like, for instance, a bomber, somebody who builds bombs, you always hear them talk about a footprint.
And so they will learn how to build one particular bomb really well.
And so it's easy to tell if that person has bombed Right here or over there and it's the same thing.
A fingerprint, kind of like a technical fingerprint.
Sure.
So it's the same thing with criminal enterprises.
And once they figure out the best way to do it, then that is the way that they will typically commit those crimes over and over again.
And I think what we're dealing with here is a criminal enterprise that, as Steve was saying, Steve Bennett was in counterintelligence, is probably also involved with foreign entities.
Which very well could be in our government in the United States.
I have no doubt that they probably are.
Look at Swalwell, for instance, and his honeypot that he was with.
So what we have to look at, Sebastian, is we have to look at the process of what occurs.
And the first thing you do is you look at who benefits from the crime, right?
So in all these things that they've accused Trump of doing from the very beginning, The Democrats would benefit from that.
So automatically, you kind of look at them as a potential suspect of who's carrying these things out.
Now, liberals would say, what are you talking about who's carrying out crimes?
Trump is the one doing the crimes.
Okay, let's go back and look at the cases where they manufactured evidence that would get you and I put in prison for that, if you manufactured evidence for a case.
They have used fake sources.
They have ginned up controversy.
And purposely put that into a committee form in Congress in order to ruin, discredit, and then ultimately impeach the president to keep him from running again.
And I think you're seeing the same exact thing here.
They basically pushed things out since the January 6th commission has been going.
They've been talking about criminal prosecution of Trump.
That's the first thing they do.
They put it out in the press and whispers all over in the echo chamber.
And then, they use the federal government to actually carry out something, like the fake dossier, or in this case, the raid on Mar-a-Lago, where they mislabel the information that they got, or they create things.
And in this case, they could have left listening devices behind.
Then what do they do?
They come back and they leak that information, quote-unquote, to the participants in the media and in Silicon Valley, who can get it all over social media and their news platforms.
And so already what we have is guilty in the eyes of the left, and then what they do from there is they will go to a committee hearing and try to ruin him even further.
This is a shocking way of looking at it, but it's a very good question.
Always ask who profits.
We're talking to the host of The Experts, author of Sheep No More, Jonathan T. Gillum, former SEAL, former FBI agent.
Stay with us here.
We'll be back in a moment.
We'll be back in a moment.
We fit it in.
We fit it in.
Alright.
One more segment and then we'll let you go.
Hey guys, can you get on Twitter?
Has Twitter crashed?
Uh, I haven't tried logging in.
I'm able to look at them at the moment.
No, it's just not... Oh, you can't?
You can look?
Uh, not logged in, but I'm able to... Let me look.
It's working for me.
Let me try again.
Mine are refusing to load.
You on Wi-Fi?
Uh, I am.
Should I get off Wi-Fi?
No, the Wi-Fi is good in here, but it's... Make sure you're in the right one.
You unsealed?
Oh, now it's working without Wi-Fi.
Okay.
Good.
Alright.
Well, now we gotta hear that Twitter story.
I know, it's a good story.
I think I'll save it for the third hour.
I mean, do not invite me to talk on your Twitter space and then be an asshole behind my back.
I mean, I burnt the guy so badly.
It was fun.
It was fun.
And on that note, I found a little thread on Twitter.
I'm gonna email you a screenshot of this thread.
You might want to take a look at this, Seb.
Yeah.
Oh, I gotta ask you to react to Mike Hayden.
Jonathan.
Oh, gosh.
It's unbelievable.
That freaking guy.
But let me say this real quick while we're at break.
That process that I just told you about.
Yeah.
We should talk about this offline because this is a process that exists and you can see it.
Yeah, let's discuss it offline.
Absolutely.
No, you're right.
You nailed it.
You nailed it.
That is their modus operandi.
And do you know Tom Fenton?
Yeah.
Well, you need to tell them to do a freedom of information request for the operations order.
Ops order.
Okay.
Two minutes.
Because that will include everything that they probably really need to know.
Nobody ever does that.
Would that be out of the Southern District?
Or out of Maine Justice?
Or Hoover?
Would that be Hoover?
No, that would probably be at DC.
Because, uh, the field office is the one who carried out that operation.
Correct.
All right.
So it would probably be at Hoover.
Well, no, not at the, not at the main office.
No, at the DC field office.
Oh, the WFO.
Yeah.
Whoever carried out that operation.
Excellent.
I'll call them up after the show.
All right.
Standby.
And I emailed it to you.
Okay, good.
All right.
Uh, what am I looking at now?
This is the C segment.
Alright, I'm gonna do Patriot Supply at the top.
Oh, Patriot Supply.
At the top.
Yes, yes.
We need a buffer for that.
Do we have a buffer?
Do they have a logo or something?
Well, no, I just want, like, images of their product.
Oh, actually, we made a video at the weekend.
Shad made a video.
Oh, we did?
So, in the future, just use that.
Get it from Shad and use that as a B-roll.
Alright.
All right, is there anything I need here?
Oh, I'm going to ask you about the latest twist in narrative, that now it's not about the raid, it's about the threats on FBI agents, okay?
Right, right.
All right.
30 seconds. 30 seconds.
30 seconds.
You're listening to Dr. Sebastian Gorka, a man who's taken down Eastern European governments with just the sound of his voice.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Baby formula, right?
If you've got grown kids like me, it doesn't matter to you.
Do you think it's just going to be baby formula?
Do you know how long it takes?
And our guest, I'm sure, can give us some extra data on that to turn a human being into an animal, a murderous animal.
Between five and seven days.
When you run out of food and water, when you run out of the things you need for your family, by the end of a week violence is inevitable.
What are you going to do when this economy gets even worse?
They have no way to solve it.
Nobody in this administration knows anything about how to solve it.
And when Ukraine is landlocked, when 80% of the world's wheat and fertilizer can't make it to Africa, there'll be global ramifications for everyone, including us.
Are you ready?
Do you have a plan B?
I have a plan B. That plan B?
Is my Patriot Supply the biggest U.S.
provider of emergency food?
I've got months' worth to feed my family in my home already.
If you want to have that security that you can feed your spouse, your kids, your grandkids, go right now to preparewithgawker.com and save $50 on a four-week supply.
Don't try and solve it once the shelves are empty.
There's 72 hours worth of supplies in the stockroom at a local grocery.
That's it.
72 hours.
After that, you're on your own.
Unless you have planned ahead.
Go right now to preparewithgorka.com.
Say $50.
That's preparewithgorka.com.
We are back with the host of the Experts podcast, former police officer, former SEAL, former FED, former G-man.
He is Jonathan T. Gilliam.
Jonathan, I've got to get your response.
The latest shift in narrative First it was, gotta get the documents back into the archive.
That's why we raided his house.
Then it was, nuclear weapons!
That's why we had to raid his house.
We were there two months ago, but we forgot to get the nuke stuff.
And then it was the Espionage Act.
He is working for America's enemies.
The guy that, you know, wiped out 200 Russian mercenaries in Syria.
That's the guy who's working with our enemies.
Now it's, oh my gosh!
FBI agents are getting threatening text messages.
You've got to stand down, conservatives.
What does it say to you that every 12 hours the narrative is shifting, Jonathan?
Well, you know, I had a discussion with Griff Jenkins this morning about that because he said, you know, we do know that there's threats.
Well, and I told him, I said, I'm going to correct you on that, Griff, because we don't know.
The reality is every day I went to work, there was a threat, you know, there's always threats against law enforcement, no matter what level you're in.
And I do believe that there are people in this nation right now that are so angry, especially at the FBI, that they've just lost all respect for the FBI completely.
But as you've seen with me, with Steve Gray, with many of the people that are in the FBI, there's great people, but there has been bad recruiting for a long time.
And as we see at the top, there's actual leftist socialists that are trying to change the country.
So it doesn't surprise me That they are trying to keep this narrative going and keeping people shifting left and right while they do the things that they do while they create this whole case.
And, you know, Nancy Pelosi, I saw something from 2017 where she was discussing how they do this in politics.
She wasn't referring to using the FBI, but it was very telling.
I think that was on Fox.
I saw that on.
It's very telling, because this is a technique that people used in politics, but now they are going for the juggler vein by using these agencies that are just so far—and also former intel agents from the CIA jumping on board as well, which they tried to change the narrative there, saying it was nuclear plans and potentially selling the plans, and perhaps Trump should be executed Oh, hang on, hang on.
You're a better host than I am.
You reminded me what I said I was going to ask you about.
So here we have the former... What was he?
Not NSA.
He was... NSA, right?
And CIA.
He was CIA director.
No, he was director of intelligence.
I believe.
DNI.
All right, but before that he was CIA.
I think he had both hats.
This is General Michael Hayden of the Air Force.
Michael Beschloss talks about the Rosenbergs on Twitter who were convicted and executed for spying, right?
This is just after the Mar-a-Lago raid.
And General Michael Hayden retweets it saying, sounds about right.
So we have a former Flag officer of the Air Force talking about how President Trump should be executed.
Do you need more proof that the Deep State exists, Jonathan?
No.
I mean, listen, this whole... I mean, that is exactly what I'm talking about.
They do this entire process of creating the buzz getting something, some kind of action with fake evidence or mislabeling information, putting it back out there, then using that information in the media reports to go get more warrants, to do more searches, to follow people.
It's when they leak something fake to their body at the Washington Post, then the article is used as a footnote in a secret FISA warrant.
The whole thing is circular and incestuous.
We have to break that down.
I think we have to get you on my Newsmax show.
In the meantime, the podcast is the experts.
The book is Sheep No More.
He's working on his next book.
You've got to follow this guy on Twitter as well.
It is Jay Gilliam.
Gilliam underscore SEAL.
God bless you buddy.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Your cause next here on America First.
Coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios.
Relief Factor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating.
500,000 Americans right now.
Me included.
You should be one of them.
There's only one way to find out.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
I'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning like an evening like I do and I promise you at the end of those three weeks you'll know whether it works for you like it works for me and half a million Americans.
That number!
Call today!
Today, 800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
Or we should walk through that.
If you're going to do your podcast again, we should, like, analyze it on your podcast.
You're talking to me?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, I'd love to have you on my podcast.
Yeah, let's describe that, the MO.
Let's do that.
Yeah, whenever you want to be on my podcast, let me know.
And anytime you need me on your stuff, let me know as well.
I'll text you Eric's email, and he runs my calendar, and then we'll set it up.
And if you ever do talk to Trump, I'm assuming that you do, tell him, you know, there's a lot of people in the Bureau that are not happy with what's going on.
Yeah, but you know what?
They should be out on the street.
They should be picketing.
You know, they should be endangering their pensions.
It's hard because it's one here and one there and one there.
Right.
And that's the problem.
Well, you know.
You stand up and say, I don't believe this.
You're going to lose your job.
Right.
Right.
Well, I'm sorry.
You know, our founding fathers did a little bit more than that.
So grow some balls.
I agree.
I think we need to do that with the thousands and thousands of millions of Americans that are out there and should be.
Pouring out on the street.
That's what should happen.
We're on the street.
It's time to let your voice be heard.
Thank you, buddy.
You got it, my friend.
Thank you, guys.
Bye.
Alrighty.
Title for that one.
The FBI is a criminal enterprise.
Uh-huh.
I have that Rosenberg's thing.
Good.
Can you show it to me?
Expression 2 guy, go ahead and give it to him.
Nice, all right, I'm gonna mention that now.
Okay.
Yeah, you see who is talking with Mr. Nuance Bro in that screenshot I sent you.
How did you get that?
I just found the original tweet where he was boasting about it, and then the immediate reply tweets was that guy asking about it.
Oh, funny.
Yeah.
That guy, he is really weird.
Gdarsky?
Yeah, again, all I knew about him is he was part of that weird far-right contingent that was all Jared and Ivanka are the ones running the White House because they're Jews!
Like, that was his entire thing, for the longest time.
Really?
And he did that openly?
I mean, I'm being a little facetious, he never explicitly said because they're Jews, but that's kind of the obvious what they imply.
Right, that's Goderski's thing, right?
Yes, yes, he's very subtle about it, but it's obvious what he's saying.
And then, do you know who that nuanced bro is?
I've heard the name of it.
Okay.
A man.
A legend.
A legal immigrant.
Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Man, I made such a long list of things I want to talk about today.
Yeah, I know I've got messy writing.
I could be a doctor.
I'm almost through it, and we haven't even started the third hour.
This has been a rather fast-paced show today.
A couple of fun things to do, but I have to... What do I... Oh, yes!
Is Mr. G there hiding behind a monitor?
I think I can see his curly lobster.
I'm here.
Hey, what's happening tomorrow in Wyoming?
Cheney's.
Gonna get primaried.
Look, the Democrats are gonna vote for her because they can in Wyoming.
Does she got a... Has she got a shot of surviving?
Well, there's like 15 Democrats, I think, in Wyoming, though.
I don't think it's gonna work in that type of state.
So is she going down?
Oh, absolutely.
I think there's no... Really?
There's no... What was... Even just the... What was it?
Eight of the nine people that voted for impeachment, I think, lost.
Okay.
Eric, I need your prediction, Eric.
Wyoming tomorrow?
100%.
Even if all the Democrats come together to vote for her, it may reduce the margin a bit.
But yeah, Hageman is still gonna crush her.
Alright.
Jeff, what happens afterwards?
Does she become a Democrat on CNN?
Here's exactly what'll happen.
Some college will hire her and she'll teach like one day a week and get $400,000.
Then she'll get a book deal and then she'll be like a CNN contributor.
Maybe ABC.
Something like that.
Oh, I can't wait to celebrate.
I'm going to get some of that Martinelli's apple champagne for tomorrow.
All right, guys, the number is 833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
Slow down.
That's far too fast for people to write down if they haven't called us before.
It is 833-334-6752.
Alex has been waiting very, very patiently.
Line 2.
Alex, welcome to America First.
Hey, Sebastian.
Thanks for taking the call.
I have two things I wanted to say.
Number one is that part of the reason why they had this rate on President Trump's Mar-a-Lago state now is because they want everybody to look away from the disastrous crises that are going on in this country with inflation.
And it actually worked.
This is the first time this worked on the left and on the right.
Everybody's talking about this rate 24-7.
The second thing I wanted to say is that I understand why the FBI raided President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate.
Now, being sarcastic, the reason why they did this is because they've already had a bad experience with another politician by the name of Hillary Clinton.
When they asked her to turn over thousands of classified emails, she deleted all these emails.
If they were to ask President Trump to turn over the classified documents, they were afraid he was going to burn those documents.
You're being logical.
You're being logical.
Why are you comparing Clinton, whose side they were on, with Trump, who they hate?
I just want to give everybody the excuse, the most possible excuse that you can give them.
And I'm being sarcastic.
All right.
And look, the most important difference here, and we'll drill down on this on the Newsweek show, on the Newsweek, the Newsmax show this weekend.
They found 17 top secret SCI SAP emails.
Can you turn him down because he's doing something?
Emails on Hillary's private server.
She was banged to rights.
She committed at least 17 felonies.
Oh and then Comey says, but we're not going to prosecute her.
He made the decision for DOJ, which he's not allowed to.
They haven't found anything, anything of that ilk.
By the way, especially if President Trump declassified them when he left the administration, then none of them, none of them should be covered by any classification.
Thank you for your call.
Let's go to Dave in Arizona.
Dave, line one.
Welcome back, my friend.
Have you tried out that suppressor?
You weren't talking about suppressors with me, sir.
Oh, another Dave from Arizona.
There's far too many.
There's two Daves in Arizona?
That's outrageous!
All right, carry on, my friend.
Yeah, no, I, I, when I go to the range, I like it loud and I like it proud.
I would never put a suppressor on.
But, but, you've got hearing protection on, right?
Right?
Inner ears and outer ears, sir.
Yes, sir.
Absolutely.
Excellent.
Yeah, so I want to compliment you first.
I love when you are on other shows.
I love when you guys are with your colleagues.
And speaking of which, I'll mention real quick, I was at Charlie Kirk's event last night with Governor DeSantis and future Governor Kerry Lake here in Arizona.
It was amazing.
I heard it was quite, quite electric, Dave.
It was.
I was in line since 3 a.m.
the day of the event and rallied my troops and we had a great time standing in line all day in the sun.
And the clouds opened up right before the event and cooled us all down.
It was amazing.
Very nice, very nice.
But that's not why you called, is it?
No, it's not why I called.
So as we've talked about for the last couple of years, and I think some people on the conservative side have a tendency to do this, we talk about the left versus the right.
And it's more, more appropriately, I think, in my humble opinion, the establishment class.
Because we're not only fighting rhinos and Democrats, we're fighting The media, all the establishment, all the three-letter agencies, because I think they're corrupt from top to bottom.
And thank goodness West Virginia v. EPA was handed down last year, because I think that, along with Schedule F, will allow President Trump, when he gets back into office, to dismantle the entire fourth estate.
Yeah, this is always a little bit challenging.
Let me respond to that.
When it comes to the big muscle movements of the political environment, yes, you're right.
That's why you can have a Donald Trump be popular and a Bernie Sanders at the same time.
There's a populist movement on left and right, but who's the other side of it?
It is, of course, the unit party.
What Steve Bannon And I think you're talking about, you know, I was on Steve's show last week and we had an amazing time.
Guys, the video went viral.
If you missed it, I unloaded on the FBI on War Room.
You guys have got to check it.
It's all on my social media.
But he's right.
There is a uniparty elite.
They hate anybody who isn't a part of it.
They completely disdain the working class, whether they're conservatives or whether they're Democrats.
So it is The bi-coastal elites versus the American people.
But at the end of the day, we have to be honest.
It's registered Democrats on the left who keep the people in power that are pretending to run this country right now.
So we're going to have to struggle with this.
I'm happy to take calls.
But we need probably a new taxonomy, a new system of labeling.
Because it is such a different political environment.
But I love your cause.
Thank you guys.
Thank you Dave.
Inner and outer ear protection.
He's a wise man.
The number is 833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.

Mic's on.
Mic's up.
So, do you have some kind of alert system that you saw that?
Who, me?
Yeah.
Uh, no.
You mean that particular tweet?
Yeah, and the responses.
No, you mentioned it.
I just went ahead and looked for the tweet, and then I scrolled down.
Even when I'm not logged in, you can still see, like, the top replies or whatever.
And usually, top replies are filtered to be, like, people who are verified or people who have more followers.
So, naturally, his responses showed up first because he's got a following.
He's got a verified account, so...
I just saw it right there and I'm like, oh, of course these two are, you know.
Would you go and find out who he is for me?
I think he previously was affiliated with OAN, I know that.
I think.
I could be wrong about that.
Do some work for me.
He's someone who just keeps popping up every now and then.
Oh, he has a website.
Awesome.
Oh yeah?
Oh, yeah.
yeah all right 40 seconds
I'm probably going to use the Biden thing.
Thank you.
Which?
Oh, the Biden bike cut?
Yes.
Bye.
Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard good.
So, um, a man who was president less than 24 months ago has his home raided.
Where's the current president?
He is staying in a multi-multi-million dollar mega-mansion belonging to a Democrat donor on vacation!
And very wobbly bicycle riding is his current vacation activity with a very large Secret Service agent trading behind as he rides past some reporters on the beach who are incisive, who are cutting with their questions for the senile old man on vacation.
This is Joe Biden on the beach.
Cut to.
President!
President!
Will you come talk to us?
No, I'm going to look for some bathing suits.
After which, they laugh.
Ha ha ha, you're so funny.
Did you know about the illegal raid on President Trump's house?
Or were you too busy bicycling on the beach?
Sheer rank incompetence.
Let's go to Alexis in California, waiting patiently.
Line 2.
Alexis, welcome to America First.
Hello there.
I wanted to say, you know, Mr. Zero and this Organized Crime Administration is definitely turning America communist and broke.
It's so obvious.
I just noticed either Bill Gates, Microsoft, or whomever has even banned the American flag emoji.
I couldn't find it anywhere.
What, what, what?
Microsoft has banned the American flag?
Apparently, I can't even find it in search in the emoji.
No American flag.
No flags at all.
What kind of phone are you using?
What kind of phone?
I'm on my landline.
No, no, but an emoji is for use on a phone, right?
Oh, no, no.
It's on the computer.
Okay.
Well, we need to look into that.
Microsoft Window was what I was using.
All right.
Is that why you called because of the flag emojis?
Well, all of it.
Yes.
I just think it's so ridiculous.
It's so obvious as everything is turning communist that they have to remove the American flag emoji.
That just is so ridiculous.
Yeah.
It's very simple.
It came to me a while back.
This nation isn't divided into left and right or Democrat and Republican.
It's much simpler than that.
Do you love America or do you hate America?
That's the dividing line.
Thank you, Alexis.

We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
A person picking up ballots and running them to the drop boxes.
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad background, bad reputation.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
And in no shape, in no way, in no time is that legal.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
2,000 mules.
In select theaters May 2nd and 4th.
Virtual premiere May 7th.
Stream May 8th at Salem now or locals.

Hi, this is President Trump, and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Breaking news, dear friends.
I feel like we're back in the years of the Trump administration.
You wait 15 minutes and there'll be some breaking news or a new tweet from President Trump.
This is just 15 minutes ago.
I found this thanks to Sean Davis, whose comment on the retweet was, clown show from top to bottom.
We have to get Sean back on.
Let's have a one-on-one with Sean in one of our 30 hours, the co-founder of The Federalist.
Quote breaking.
Federal prosecutors... This is unbelievable.
Federal prosecutors ask judge to keep Trump search warrant affidavit sealed.
Sealed!
Quote, to protect the integrity of an ongoing law enforcement investigation that implies national security.
So I'm wondering, if they indict President Trump, if they charge him, and if they put him in a court, I wonder whether they'll keep that sealed as well.
I wonder if it'll be a secret proceedings like something out of Kafka or East Germany.
I wonder if the identity of the judge or the jury, if there is a jury, will be sealed as well.
Because, I mean, you know, it's National security.
Let's talk to somebody who blasts away the fake excuses, the cobwebs when it comes to national security and speaks the truth that the mainstream media just doesn't want you to know.
She's with the National Pulse.
We are delighted to have her with us today.
Natalie Winters, welcome back to America First.
Thank you so much for having me back.
Alright, we have so much to discuss when it comes to China, our number one strategic adversary.
But first, I'm curious, let's put up that headline again, given that you are a journalist, a real journalist, from the New York Times.
I mentioned this in the last hour with our buddy John Solomon.
This is a real headline.
Trump claims he declassified all the documents at Mar-a-Lago.
Even if that's true, it probably doesn't matter.
You're a general input before we get to the deeper strategic issues, but your reaction to your, I'll use this phrase loosely, colleagues in the mainstream media's coverage of the Mar-a-Lago illegal raid.
I know.
I'm ashamed to even be considered a colleague of anyone who would write a headline like that.
And I have to say, I think I suffer firsthand whenever I meet people and they ask what I do and I say, oh, well, I'm a journalist.
People always balk and they always, oh, my goodness, you're going to destroy my life.
You're so biased.
And it's because of the actions of people who work at The New York Times.
That headline is a perfect example of that.
My only question is if those people who are writing those headlines know that they serve as just agents to further a certain narrative, a certain bias, or if they're So entrenched and enmeshed within this, you know, anti-Trump worldview, this Trump derangement syndrome, that they don't even know it's wrong.
Maybe you've got to get one of them on your show to talk to them because I think that that would be an interesting psychological experiment.
But hang on, you're the person who's in the trenches, so let me ask you as a young professional reporter, as an investigative journalist, You must have spoken to some of these people.
Do they actually think what they write is true?
Or do they, you know, after a few beers admit to you that they're really just whores and propagandists for the Democrat Party?
Well, I might be outing myself for not really having a social life, but I don't really socialize with anyone from the mainstream media.
My boss and wonderful editor, Rahim, is probably more so in terms of... He makes up for it.
Knowing Rahim, he makes up for the lack of time you invest in social engagements.
But yeah, we should probably get him on the show and ask him.
All right.
Let's get to weightier media matters and the mental excuses and gymnastics the mainstream media undergo to justify their activities.
You've been covering China.
I have a lovely, lovely quote here.
Let's remind ourselves about this concept, gain of function, and a wonderful moment when Senator Paul decided to read the riot act to St.
Fauci.
Play cut.
Dr. Fauci, knowing that it is a crime to lie to Congress, do you wish to retract your statement of May 11th where you claimed that the NIH never funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan?
Senator Paul, I have never lied before the Congress.
Your microphone.
Senator Paul, I have never lied before the Congress, and I do not retract that statement.
This paper that you are referring to was judged by qualified staff up and down the chain as not being gain of function.
Let me finish.
You take an animal virus and you increase its transmissibility to humans, you're saying that's not gain of function?
That is correct.
And Senator Paul, you do not know what you are talking about, quite frankly.
And I want to say that officially.
You do not know what you are talking about.
Let's read from the NIA definition of gain of function.
This is your definition that you guys wrote.
It says that scientific research that increases the transmissibility among animals is gain of function.
He got rather hot and bothered there.
Fauci was not very happy with that line of questioning.
So, first things first, given your coverage of Wuhan, what is gain of function?
Because it sounds really cool, like, you know, if I had a car and I wanted to soup up the carburettor, that would be a gain of function.
Is gain of function a really cool thing, Natalie?
Not quite, at least not when it's in the hands of the Chinese Communist Party.
I think it's important to remember, too, that that exchange that you just saw kind of happened a few iterations, or at least after the dialogue had moved.
Because at first, Fauci and kind of the NIH complex was really denying that taxpayer funds had ever went to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in the first place.
But once they admitted that, and then you saw people like Senator Rand Paul, journalists like myself, actually start to investigate the type of research they were doing, That was when this phrase that you've probably heard now, gain-of-function research, kind of entered the scene.
So, what gain-of-function research is, and it's a vague term, and of course, when it comes to the left in science, you know, these people don't believe that there are two genders, they love to make who-knows-what up with pronouns, so it's always hard to take them at their word when they want to define something, and frankly, I think that should be a red flag going off in your head if the left ever wants to, you know, settle a definition when it comes to science.
But gain-of-function research, at least as it's been traditionally defined, is manipulating pathogens to become more deadly, lethal, or virulent, or even more transmissible to humans.
And in the instance that we saw going on at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, it specifically had to do with making bat coronavirus strains.
that they had collected from samples in the wild, despite a lot of the researchers who were engaging in this work actually lying about working with live bats.
But we uncovered a host of patents that the lab had filed to cage these bats, as well as old footage indicating otherwise.
But then with these strains, they would play with different kind of areas of the virus, whether it had to do with spike proteins.
That's maybe a phrase that people have heard to make them more deadly.
And the spike protein is how these viruses actually attach to human cells.
And people may have also heard that they were playing around with what are called humanized mice models.
So it's not that they were conducting these experiments on on humans, God forbid, but they were using these mice that had been bred specifically to have airways that were basically resembled that of us, of humans.
And they were playing around with coronavirus strains to make sure that coronavirus, at least the strains that they discovered, could infect the maximum amount of people possible.
Let me, now and again, I feel like I just have to ask the obvious naive question.
What the hell is America doing giving money to the Chinese communist state bio weapons lab?
Is that like a silly question Natalie?
Sorry.
No, no.
I was going to say, you know, that's the million-dollar question, but frankly, it's the billion-dollar question.
And believe it or not, even since COVID-19, the National Institutes of Health, including the National Institutes of Allergy, Infectious Diseases, which is the agency that Fauci runs, has continued to send hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars to not just China-based scientific organizations, but Chinese Communist Party-run scientific organizations, specifically those With links to the military.
And you're totally right.
And I think that that's the most important part of this whole COVID-19 really debate and, frankly, debacle, is when you take a step back, it's not about whether or not our taxpayer dollars were funding gain-of-function research.
Sure, that debate helps elucidate and expose Anthony Fauci for being a liar and being horrible at his job.
But you take a step back and you look at it from more of a macro perspective, and it's really the question of why are U.S.
taxpayer dollars going over to boost Not just civilian, you know, regular use science activities of our most, I would say, existential threat, which is, of course, the Chinese Communist Party, but very, very, I would say dangerous, nefarious forms of science.
And the cover up, the kind of collusion, frankly, actual foreign collusion, right?
I know that word likes to get thrown around a lot, but that we've seen from people at the NIH, in addition with their Chinese Communist Party counterparts, really makes you wonder what the driving motivators are.
I have my personal opinions, but it is, I think, evil to some extent.
Well, we have to find out what your suppositions are, because we trust you on these issues.
She breaks stories every single week on what's happening on China.

Give us a five-star review and share the links because we have to push back on the fake news.
All right.
We talked about the Bat Lady last time.
We talked about Chinese purchase of agriculture, of arable land.
What are you working on now?
Right now, I was actually just writing up a story about lockdowns, and a study had just come out saying they weren't helpful in suppressing COVID-19, but on the China threat, the Bat Lady... No, the lockdown's good.
The lockdown's good?
Okay, there we go.
Yeah, I have a perfect Fauci cut.
We'll use that.
We'll talk about...
Yeah, because the CDC has also now changed all its vaccination regulations.
So you've got to treat the unvaccinated the same as the vaccinated, which is really weird.
I don't understand that.
Yeah.
So it looks like you're traveling.
Are you in a hotel?
No, I'm actually in a house.
I know it looks like a hotel, but it's not mine.
But I have been traveling.
A lot.
My car actually caught on fire.
It, like, blew up.
So I've been in the midst of dealing with that.
I know.
It was really, really unsettling.
Tell us the story.
How did that happen?
It's like a brand new, very good, very nice.
My mom's car, actually.
My parents were out of town traveling.
Within a day of using it, I managed to destroy it.
And it was like a brand new Range Rover, but it caught on fire.
I was on the 10 freeway in Los Angeles.
You were driving it?
I was driving.
I had to run out of the car.
And I was standing on the freeway off ramp.
The fire department came.
What?
I know.
I've been a little shocked.
Did they locate a cause?
So they're doing a forensics investigation now to determine what happened, but they haven't concluded it yet.
So it's a nightmare.
It was really scary.
I've never had anything that traumatic happen in my life.
But even just standing on the 10 freeway in Los Angeles is enough.
I'm sure.
I'm sure.
My gosh.
How awful.
Yeah, but I'm OK.
Hopefully it wasn't the CCP.
Right, or the state.
Yeah, I know, right?
Seriously.
It was the same day.
That faggot said, get rid of that woman.
We don't need her.
Who will rid me of this troublesome journalist?
Yeah, gain a function.
It was the same day that Raheem tweeted, like, Natalie Winters and I are not suicidal.
We are in very good health.
It's like you jinxed it.
But no, I'm fine.
I'm fine.
But I've just been dealing with that.
Well, stay safe.
And tell Laura's house, that is, that they need to work on the furnishings because it looks like a Marriott, OK?
I know.
They haven't been here for like three years.
It's a whole... equally as interesting.
If the TV remote is in a little plastic bag, they've gone too far.
They've just gone too far.
All right, I'm going to use that second Fauci cut, guys, all right?
No, I'll tee it up because I'm doing food for the poor first.
America first.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
You just don't say it not here on a show that's called America First.
Thanks to everyone who have donated so generously to our Food for the Poor campaign.
This time they're going a bit further away from home.

We are back with Natalie Winters, Natalie G. Winters on Twitter, investigative journalist for the National Pulse along with Raheem Kassam, my former Breitbart colleague.
Alright, I can't resist another one.
This is, this shows you who the elite really are and what they think of you.
This is Fauci last week talking about what he represents as some demigod.
Play cut.
People go to medical school now, people are interested in science, not because of me, because most people don't know me, who I am.
My friends know me, my wife knows me, but people don't know me.
It's what I symbolize.
And what I symbolize in a In an era of the normalization of untruths and lies and all the things you're seeing going on in society from January 6th to everything else that goes on, people are craving for consistency, for integrity, for truth, and for people caring about people.
It's the humility that strikes me.
It's when he says, I symbolize truth and integrity.
I don't know how I lived so long without having this man to worship.
So, let's talk about the latest things that you found out about the lockdowns that this man championed to the cost of millions of jobs and, I think, millions of lives lost for people who couldn't get the medical care they needed as our hospitals were quarantined.
Give us your latest.
What are you working on right now, Natalie?
Well, I think you're trying to torture me on your program by playing just some of the worst clips of Anthony Fauci saying the worst things.
But I'll put that aside for a second.
Let's just stop there for a second.
I mean, I'm trying to think.
I'm trying to think of any public film.
I can't even.
Not even Obama would say crap like that.
I mean, really.
I, I, I symbolize truth and integrity.
It's quite shocking.
Well, remember, he used to say, I am the science.
I think that was a famous quote he had while he was being questioned by Rand Paul.
And I think it's also worth noting on the integrity point.
I think his wife gets away scot-free in terms of her conflicts of interest.
She's, of course, the chief of bioethics at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center.
And throughout COVID-19, she's published a host of papers that have had to do with the pandemic.
Of course, they've counted funding using your taxpayer dollars from the NIH.
But some of her most recent highlights include papers not only arguing for COVID-19 vaccine trials for children, young children at that, but even making the ethical case as to why employers should be able to bully their employees into getting a COVID-19 vaccine, and that's a direct quote.
But on the topic of lockdowns and Fauci, there was a new paper that came out that was analyzing basically all the relevant literature that's been published amidst the COVID-19 pandemic about lockdowns, their effectiveness, And through this kind of analysis, these researchers coming from the Jerusalem College of Technology actually concluded that lockdowns, despite public health officials claiming that they would save lives, the math that they ran, the analysis they did,
showed that for each life that these public health officials purported that showed that for each life that these public health officials purported that lockdowns would save, actually 20 And they go into the calculations behind this, how it kind of messed up the way that hospital beds and just the way that hospitals were set up to kind of deal with triaging patients.
But what's really interesting, too, is that they go into the approach and the policy outlook from groups like the World Health Organization and even governments, including the U.S., the Israeli government, too, on lockdowns prior to COVID-19 and it was actually the World Health Organization in October of 2019 that published sort of a pandemic white paper where they were actually saying that lockdowns should be the last resort.
They don't actually work and they have a very high cost, a human cost in terms of life and just quality of life and of course financial costs too.
But it really seems that something weird happened once COVID-19 hit.
all these groups sort of reverse their stances and seem to follow in the footsteps of the Chinese Communist Party by instituting these very draconian and very harsh lockdowns.
So this paper gets into the kind of analysis behind that.
And I think to me, it raises the question and something that we've looked into and will continue looking into, you know, is who was responsible for putting these lockdowns into effect?
And why did America and all these other Western countries that should respect individual liberty and civil liberties and freedom, put that all to the wayside to follow in the footsteps of the Chinese Communist Party?
Yes.
So for me, we have to get to the bottom of what happened with COVID with Wuhan.
But there's an even more disturbing conclusion that I worry about the future of science.
I mean, I've published in peer-reviewed journals.
I've published in Nature Biotechnology.
After what I've witnessed in the last few years, it seems as if there are gatekeepers who will decide whether or not you're allowed to say what you want to say, even if it's based upon scientific research.
If it doesn't comport with a pre-existing narrative, you won't be allowed to publish.
Are you seeing trends to that effect?
Well, I think we already saw that happen in academia and to some extent, you know, science is just kind of extension of that.
A lot of these professors work at universities and other organizations or institutions like that.
So I think you're seeing the same kind of silencing effect that the humanities have experienced, full force, political science departments have experienced.
But I really think You're seeing that come to science now.
I'm inclined to bring up an example.
A peer-reviewed journal, I believe it was maybe Nature or it wasn't The Lancet, but again a prestigious journal that people, you know, work their entire careers to get published in.
And one of the articles that they published, this was probably six months ago, Again, a peer-reviewed journal was basically making the case that criticizing Anthony Fauci should be a hate crime and punishable.
You know, so I would obviously be guilty of that.
But I think it shows you the politicization of science.
And, of course, the irony in all this is that the people who are claiming that, you know, people like me and you and, of course, President Trump are politicizing science and not following the experts, whatever their slogan of the day is, are the ones who've actually politicized science to the core and used it as a way to kind of advance their agenda.
The World Economic Forum, of course, admits that explicitly.
I think some people do it a little more implicitly.
But, of course, it's the classic left tactic of, you know, accuse the other side of what you're guilty of.
Yeah.
Do not criticize the highest paid federal employee in the U.S. government.
government.
That is not allowed.
That is verboten.
What is not verboten is to follow this lady, read her articles, go to the National Pulse, follow her at Natalie G. Winters.

I doubt it.
Only Republican governor in modern history they had was, uh, Pataki.
Mm-hmm.
Uh, what do you want to call that one with Miss Winters?
The world's largest ego, colon, Anthony Fauci.
Her camera is always so blurry.
Where?
The studio camera?
Natalie's.
Oh.
I wonder if it's like those old movie stars that they should coast in Vaseline.
Alex, are we using the same buffer music to come in?
Bumper music today?
Can we change it up to another tune for the next segment?
Sure, do you have a preference?
Tell me what you've got available.
How about Come On Eileen?
Yes.
That's what I danced to.
That's what I danced with my son.
That was so cool.
That's why I said that.
I know, but nobody else knew that.
Only you got to know that.
Is that on here, Jeff?
No.
Yeah, it's on the right.
Oh, it is?
Yeah.
It's on the right, I think, the second.
I'll show you.
No, go back.
It's one of these here.
Let me see here.
Right there.
There you go!
That's better.
Alright, what have I not played?
Oh, we've got to do the trans stuff.
I've got to do Afghanistan.
You also want to use that Rosenberg tweet, or?
No, now I'm just going to do the Afghanistan anniversary.
We'll probably do the trans stuff in the... I've got the Trump cut talking.
It's like two minutes long.
What is it?
What's the Trump... Oh, it's two minutes?
What are you using?
Is it a video or audio?
Oh, we'll use that here.
We'll use that here.
We'll use that here.
Listen, when he came on, It was right before... It wasn't... It was before the bombing, but it was why everything was, like, going on in the screwed-up withdrawal, so he doesn't really mention that.
Cut 13.
Yeah.
Remember, it was just the same time, right?
It was just around there.
The withdrawal was, like, 10 days of screwed-up, and he was... Oh, no.
He was on, like, two days before the bombing.
Got it.
Good.
Hang on, it's taking a while to download this thing, and, uh, we don't have time to test it.
Okay, give me a moment then.
Thank you.
So can we use it or not?
I don't know yet, that's the thing, we're running out of time here.
Not this segment at least.
This is the segment I wanted to use it in.
Last minute here, hang on.
Downloads... Yay, nay, yay, nay.
Probably not.
Not?
Jeff?
I think it'll work.
Has it ever not worked when we put it in handbrake?
Sometimes, yeah.
Yeah.
Combs off. Combs off.
Combs off. Combs off. Combs off. Combs off. Combs off.
You're listening to America first with Dr. G.
I'm impressed.
I'm I asked somebody to find something out for me.

We're gonna have fun with you, nuanced bro, now that we know who you are.
But in the meantime, let's get back to the real topics that matter.
The FBI is like the Gestapo.
They are a political police force now.
I may have been away on Friday, However, I did design, along with Randy, our merch master, our new products for the Seb Gorka Store.
It is the mug and t-shirt that says, Joe Biden's Gestapo, the FBI, from Nazi Germany to the USA in 80 years.
That's who they are, a political police force.
The only difference between them is four generations.
Get yours today, the hottest new item, at sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.
It's a year.
It's an anniversary.
It's a very bad anniversary.
It's a sad anniversary.
It is the betrayal of our armed forces and our partners in Afghanistan that fell a year ago today.
Just at the time of the withdrawal we had President Trump on America First and his reminder of, well, how different things could have been.
When I took over, ISIS was all over the Middle East.
We knocked out 100% of the ISIS caliphate.
I notice now they call it ISIS-K, so you'll explain that.
But we knocked out 100% of the ISIS caliphate.
We took out al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, and you know what else and who else we took out.
We took out plenty, and we were in total control in terms of Kabul and in terms of Afghanistan.
They weren't even close to us.
We were going to get people, because I believe in getting out.
21 years is enough.
And we were like a police force over there, and they've got to take care of themselves.
And as you know better than anybody, I predicted as soon as we leave, they would stop fighting.
And they were fighting for a lot of money.
They were among the highest-paid soldiers in the world, paid for by the American taxpayer.
So that's exactly what happened.
What we were going to do is get our citizens out, take out other people who deserve to be taken out.
Then we're going to knock the hell out of the bases.
But before we did that, we were going to take out all of our military equipment.
I said, down to the nails and the screws and the bolts.
Everything out.
nice and easily.
And then we take out the soldiers and probably blow up the bases, because why should we give them to somebody else to use?
So that was it.
And Bagram, we were going to keep because Bagram is near China, near Iran, and also in Afghanistan.
So it covered a lot of territory.
So I would have kept that.
And it's a great area for exactly what it represents.
So, you know, they spent billions and billions of dollars building it.
That's the big Air Force base.
So I think the biggest in the world, actually.
So we would have kept that.
Instead, we fled like there was no reason for it.
The soldiers come out last and the army, the military comes out last after the people and after all of the $83 billion worth of the most highly sophisticated military equipment Anywhere in the world, it is a disgrace what's taken place here and an embarrassment to our country.
This is the greatest embarrassment in the history of our country.
He was right.
Not only was it the greatest embarrassment and strategic loss of our country, a few days after he came on our show, Thirteen Marines, Corpsmen, Soldiers were murdered by ISIS.
These are their names.
Marine Corps Staff Sergeant Darren T. Hoover.
Marine Corps Sergeant Johanny Rosario-Bicardo.
Marine Corps Sergeant Nicole L. Gee.
Marine Corps Corporal Hunter Lopez.

Marine Corps Lance Corporal Riley J. McCollum.

May God rest their souls, bless their everlasting souls, and give their loved ones strength and as much peace as eventually possible.
Their deaths are on the hands.
Their blood is on the hands of Joe Biden.
We remember those died needlessly.

He did sports radio for a while.
And it was one of the worst sports radio shows I've ever heard in my entire life.
One of the what?
Worst.
Oh really?
Yeah.
I think he's the weekend, like, regular now for Fox and Friends.
Oh yeah?
Yeah.
It's funny.
This guy's almost invisible. - Cool.
The Nuance Pro.
Yeah.
Thanks for that, Alex.
No problem.
How did you find it?
I was just going to ask that.
How did you find it?
Google.
Reliable source?
It's a registration.
It's a trademark registration.
Oh!
Very nice.
His name is Omid Afsarafard.
That's actually his name?
Yep.
And he works for Young Americans for Liberty in California.
That group.
Oh, I got stories about that group.
Who are they?
They were born out of Ron Paul's 2008 campaign.
They're basically a libertarian group.
I know a few years ago their national chairman was forced to resign due to a bunch of sexual assault allegations.
Fun times.
They're definitely the little leagues of conservative student groups these days.
30 seconds.
Mic's off.
Wanna come in with that Pelosi card?
Yeah, please.
Thank you.
How can they vote against the planet?
Mother Earth!
Mother Earth gets angry from time to time, and this legislation will help us address all of that.
She's actually smiling when she says that.
I mean, she's such a lunatic.
Mother Earth must be appeased with our Inflation Increasing Act.
What, are we having human sacrifices now on the top of a volcano, Nancy?
So!
Incredibly creepy!
Right, what's not creepy is having your best friend's eldest son get married.
That's why I was away on Friday.
Thank you, thank you Kurt, Colonel K, Colonel Schlechter, for stepping into the breach.
You did a yeoman's yeoman's job.
But allegedly, Mr. G wasn't in the studio either.
Mr. G, were you away last week?
I was away, yes.
Why?
I went to Nashville.
Why?
Are you into country music?
Why were you in Nashville?
Yeah, I like country music and stuff.
I think it was a birthday too.
Whose birthday?
It was mine, which I love to celebrate, you know that.
Yeah, yeah, just like President Trump.
How old are you as of Friday?
Forty.
So, you're an old man officially.
Yeah, ten years away from AMAC.
And it looked like you had fun there.
Oh, I had a good time.
From the UAV footage and the photographs, I think you had some fun.
Where did you get this from?
Put that up.
Put it on the screen, guys.
Put it on the screen.
In my cowboy hat?
Where is your cowboy hat?
You know, I had my guys follow you.
You know, I had the good guys.
There's a few good guys left.
Took some photographs of you in your new hat.
Where is your new cowboy hat, Mr. G?
I didn't bring it in today.
You want me to bring it in tomorrow?
I think it's... Guys, let's have a vote.
Give me the studio view.
Hands up everybody who wants to see Mr. G in his hat.
Yes, it is unanimous.
Motion carried.
We need to see Mr. G in his cowboy hat.
Happy, happy birthday, you old bastard.
Can I say one quick thing about the cowboy hat?
Because I forgot about this.
I went over and I purchased the hat, the guy that was helping him out.
He said his name was Joe.
And I said, Joe Biden?
He said, I'm 70 years old.
If you call me Joe Biden again, I'll punch you right in your face.
Why did you call him Biden?
What kind of mood?
I thought you were only a troublemaker here in D.C.
Because he sold cowboy hats in Nashville.
I was pretty sure he was on our side, so I wanted to bring it up.
But isn't Nashville a little bit liberal, Mr. G?
Not in these parts.
Yeah, I'd go to the right spots.
All right, so you didn't see any crazy libs?
No, none at all.
You didn't see any crazy libs who say that children in the womb know that they're transgender?
No, none of that.
You didn't?
All right, because I'm not making that up.
This is actually from Boston Children's Hospital.
How about that segue?
I impress myself sometimes.
That was pretty darn smooth gawker.
All right, I found these on social media.
They are Sorry, I'm a radio host.
I'm just speechless.
This is Boston Children's Hospital.
These are health professionals talking about how babies, when they are born, know that they are transgender.
Cut 11.
Play cut.
A child will often know that they are transgender from the moment that they have any ability to express themselves, and parents will often tell us this.
We have parents who tell us that their kids, they knew from the minute they were born practically, and actions like refusing to get a haircut, or standing to urinate, trying to stand to urinate, refusing to stand to urinate, trying on sibling's clothing, playing with the quote opposite gender toys, things like that.
Her name is Jeremy Cowswell, MD.
Jeremy with an I. I don't know what she considers herself to be, but I know she's insane.
If you refuse to get your hair cut as a boy, it means you're a girl.
And if you sit down to pee on a potty, that means you're not a boy.
It gets worse.
This is Kerry McGregor.
Also, Boston Children's Hospital!
Cut 12.
So most of the patients that we have in the GEMS clinic actually know their gender, usually around the age of puberty.
But a good portion of children do know as early as seemingly from the womb.
And they will usually express their gender identity as very young children, some as soon as they can talk.
They might say phrases such as, I'm a girl, or I'm a boy, or I'm going to be.
A woman, or I'm going to be a mom.
Kids know very very early.
So in the JENS clinic we see a variety of young children all the way down to ages 2 and 3 and usually up to the ages of 9.
But the biggest thing you can do is just love your child and support them and just allow them to express themselves.
That's the biggest protector as well against negative mental health effects such as depression, suicidality, anxiety that we worry about for our gender diverse kids and young adults.
So that support from a parent is one of the best protective factors and one of the best things they can do.
When your child says, as a boy, they're a girl, you protect them by indulging them because that's how you support them.
You love them and help them to express themselves.
So what if your daughter says, I'm a pterodactyl?
What if your son says, I'm an axe murderer?
Do you support them in expressing themselves by indulging them?
As a psychiatrist, I watched recently Jordan Peterson who summed it perfectly.
When your patient is a schizophrenic or has multiple personality disorder, You don't celebrate that.
You don't say, hey, that's great that you're a schizophrenic.
Or, that's wonderful that you think that you are Napoleon or Joan of Arc.
There is no other medical condition where we celebrate the medical condition.
These people are, allegedly, medical professionals.
And when somebody who has a degree who's taken the Hippocratic Oath actually says they know their gender from the womb?
It's a cult.
It's Jonestown.
We have to stop it.
It's insanity.
The next step is what?
Child abuse.
Is the use of surgical means and chemical means to change a child's body.
It's evil.
At another time in history, you'd be arrested.
At another time in history, we'd lock you up and throw away the key for abusing children, for mutilating them.
That's Boston Children's Hospital.
Wake up, America.
It's not just the Republic we have to save.
It's our children.
One thing you can do is not to make money for the left.

Do what I did.

Deucy, Pelosi, Strzok.
Oh, the climate change one is funny.
I might use the climate change one.
Turned up a little guy.
I'm sorry, what was that?
I might use the climate change one.
Cut five.
Cut five.
You can block the lines.
How'd you get that picture?
I assumed you sent it to him!
I'm like, there's no other way!
I'm sorry, Jeff, I cannot disclose sources and methods.
Oh, I know, the airport.
The airport running when I was walking two miles to my car.
Which airport was that?
Reagan.
Did you Uber or drive to the airport?

All right, let's have a little bit of fun.
My gosh, where did those three hours go?
This is CBS Morning Show.
Finally understands where the overweight people in America comes from.
Why are our children fat?
They've got the answer!
Cut five!
Okay, so my talk at the table is a new study showing how climate change, specifically higher temperatures, is making our children more inactive and more obese.
The study published in a journal Temperature found today's children are 30% less aerobically fit than their parents were at their age.
Fewer children are reaching the World Health Organization's recommendation of 60 minutes of exercise a day.
So let me do the math here.
The allegation is there's been, what, a 0.4 Fahrenheit increase in temperature.
So less than a degree has increased obesity by 30%.
I've got to ask you, Mr. G, do they believe that rubbish when they say it on television?
First of all, let's just say it's true.
When it's hot, do you not sweat more?
Yes, I do.
Wouldn't that automatically just put you in better shape?
That's why you go to the sauna, right?
Yes, there's no way they believe that.
Really?
A 30% increase is because of climate change?
No, but the hosts.
The hosts.
No, I don't think so.
Yeah, that's what I think.
Eric?
It's hard to tell at this point, and that's the problem.
It's hard to tell.
Or let's ask the newest member of the crew.
Alex, do these people believe the stuff they spew?
They're lying to themselves.
They have no idea what they're talking about.
So they don't even know what the word truth means, right?
Exactly.
Nicely put.
A little philosophical answer there.
Very appreciative of that.
I like that.
Good hire there.
Good hire.
All right, guys.
