Thank you.
It's in private.
She'll say, I think we should do A, B, C, or D. And I'll say, I don't, I like A, don't like B and C. And let's go, okay.
But, and I, like I told Barack, if, if, if I reach something where there's a, a fundamental disagreement we have based on a moral principle, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll develop some disease and say I have to resign.
I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll develop a disease.
It's funny how that clip kind of disappeared.
Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
That was from the transition offices.
That was when President-elect Biden was being interviewed and asked a question about whether any action will have to be taken if he has a substantive disagreement with his vice president.
What was his answer?
It's very strange and it bears repeating given the events of the last 24 hours.
Let's just remind everybody what he said yesterday in that godforsaken piece of real estate in Massachusetts.
Play cut, Eric?
Off the window.
That's why I and so damn many other people I grew up with have cancer.
And why I can't for the longest time.
Delaware had the highest cancer rate in the nation.
Why so many people I grew up with and myself have, present tense, cancer, which is the first we've heard anything about it.
And I don't mean the skin melanomas that the Washington Post are trying to make use as cover.
Have cancer?
That's the present tense, you hacks!
And then we have the news today.
I tweeted out this morning, as soon as I heard it, that he has COVID.
The other C. Not cancer, but COVID.
How many times has he been boosted with a Trump vaccine?
Very strange, isn't it?
But let's listen to what he said again and let's analyze it and let's think about what this could mean, given his current lack of popularity.
Again, after the election, When this aged, decrepit individual somehow got more votes than the first black president, and got more votes than President Trump, who by the way, statement of historic empirical fact, got more votes than any other incumbent president in history, and this old duffer beat him?
And then he's asked what's going to happen when you take over and if you have a disagreement with the cackler?
With Kamala?
Again, what did he say he'd do?
When we disagree, it'll be just like, so far, it's been just like when Barack and I did.
I'll develop some disease and I'll resign.
But you're the president.
Mr. G, you were born here.
I'm only an immigrant.
That's why you are my sanity check.
But can I just double, triple verify?
The vice president works for the president.
It's not the other way around, right?
Usually.
Good answer, usually.
Because what is he saying there?
If he disagrees with his deputy, he's the one that's going to resign?
How does that work?
It should be the other way around.
That Kamala would resign.
Right!
I think he screwed up the story, that that was his deal that he was basically saying with Obama.
Oh no, so you think he was saying that Kamala would resign?
Yes, he was trying to say that.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
This is even better.
So he'd make the colored woman resign on a lie?
Yes.
Ooh, ooh.
Out!
Thank you, Jeff.
A little bit of an extra sanity check there.
But either way...
All right, as soon as I posted that he had COVID, which has been confirmed by the White House, somebody reached out to me.
Somebody who has very good connections, especially with a certain branch of the military that flies a certain type of aircraft for a certain type of politician.
He said something to me about Biden's health that I am having verified right now.
I've reached out to the biggest conservative news entity out there.
No names, no pack drill, and they are on the case.
But you're the most important thing, guys.
All three million of you listening right now.
So I'll say the following.
He may not have misspoken yesterday in Massachusetts.
Or he may be about to do what he said he was going to do for Obama.
Invent a condition?
What kind of person invents a condition when they've been elected by the well quote-unquote elected or selected by the American people?
Strange right?
I mean, he's underwater.
He's more unpopular today, according to the latest polling, than President Trump was after January 6th.
Can we just let that sink in for a second?
He's a year and a half in to his first and only term.
Let me guarantee you that.
Whatever he says.
There's no way health-wise he's making it to a second term.
Whether he has a disease or not.
But he's more underwater.
He's more unpopular with the American people than my former boss was after the events of January 6th.
If you're Nancy Pelosi, if you're Chuck Schumer, if you're the Squad, if you're the big donors to the Democrat Party, if you're the unions, what do you think right now?
You know what they're thinking.
How do we get rid of this person yesterday?
Now, of course, the problem is Kamala.
And I had a Salem colleague of mine, God love you buddy, Who texted me, but Kamala's gonna be harder to beat in 2024.
Are you kidding me?
This woman will be even more incompetent.
Look at everything we've shown you for the last year and a half.
Every week she said something incomprehensible.
Yes, this guy has gaffes about his hairy legs and corn pop and everything else, but she can't make one sentence That actually has meaningful content.
And if you thought 9.1% inflation was bad, wait till the cackler gets into the Oval Office.
It's going to be a cakewalk for President Trump.
Yes, a cakewalk if we secure the elections.
Does he have cancer?
Does he really have COVID?
Is he going to invent a disease like he said he would for Obama?
Or is he going to tell Kamala to do that?
It's so bizarre!
It's an Alice in Wonderland bizarro world.
What do you think's going on?
And is it going to get worse under Kamala?

Okay.
I I was gonna say, I, I... Alright, that sounds familiar.
Um, okay, title for that, uh... What sounds familiar?
The ringer is on the phone.
Oh, good!
Excellent, thank you.
Title for that monologue.
Hang on, but who's... was that not the phone line?
It was me, because whenever there's not a call, I call just to make sure that things are... Oh, good for you.
There it is again.
Alright, so... Biden's quote-unquote ailment, colon, COVID or cancer?
It's also a good way to shut him down for two weeks when he's been a disaster the last week.
vaccines chat.
Are they not working anymore?
What's going on here?
What's going on?
It's also a good way to shut him down for two weeks when he's been a disaster the last week.
Yes, it is.
Like I said, that abortion executive order press conference was one of the absolute worst he's ever done.
Give your opinions, chat rumblers.
What do you think Biden has?
Some people asking if STDs could prevent you from being president.
We didn't prevent Clinton.
Julio Rosas.
He has not aged well, that's for darn sure.
- Yep. - Two minutes.
You can go ahead and take that.
Remember, this is him side by side with a picture of a guest, because he's on the phone today.
It's Boyle.
Set that shot up again.
How's this Chappelle thing not racist?
I don't get it.
He's clearly an Uncle Tom.
He's not with the program.
Boyle's on.
Boyle's on.
Matt!
Dr. G, how are you, sir?
Good, how's it going?
Going great!
All right.
Let's talk about the committee today.
What else are you working on?
Oh, I mean, the president has COVID, um, and, uh, did a big story last night on the proxy war inside the GOP, where you're going to have Trump versus Pence on the ground in Arizona.
Wow.
And in DC next week?
Yeah.
Well, yeah, exactly.
Well, Pence was in DC yesterday and then, Trump's gonna be there next week, so.
And I think Pence will probably be there too.
He will.
He'll be the day before he'll be at Heritage, before the President speaks.
Yep.
Alright, good.
60 seconds, stand by.
Want to come in with anything?
I don't think so.
He played the spiciest cuts already out the gate.
Someone in the chat says, why don't we invite Dana Carvey on the show?
Um, come in.
That'd be great.
Um, come in with cut one.
Come in with one.
Oh, the, oh, the one we use already.
Okay.
No, no.
Wait.
The first one on the sheet, cut three.
Oh, oh, cut three.
Oh, okay.
Sorry.
Yes.
Okay.
All right.
All right, 25 seconds. All right,
25 25 seconds.
All right, 25 seconds.
What are you saying?
Over the course of your career, has your husband ever made a stock purchase or sale based on information he's received from you?
No.
Absolutely not.
Okay.
Thank you.
Okay, I'm gonna run away now.
That's Nancy being asked if her husband ever made a stock deal, a share deal, based upon information she received.
She didn't like that question.
I wonder why.
Nancy, why did you run away from the podium?
We can ask our next guest.
But first, have you registered for our Stand With Israel tour?
Are you ready to travel?
Blow away those COVID blues.
10 days in the Holy Land with me and Dinesh D'Souza and his lovely wife Debbie.
Even if you've been to Israel before, you haven't been with me and Dinesh.
Register today for the trip of a lifetime.
Call 855-655-65... No, slow down Gorka.
Call 855-655-5519 or just go to StandWithIsraelTour.com.
They've dropped all their COVID restrictions.
I'm not vaccinated and I'm going.
That's 855-565-5519.
StandWithIsraelTour.com.
He is the Washington Bureau Chief for the most influential conservative website out there.
It is Breitbart.com and we are delighted to have him with us every single week.
Welcome back, Matt Boyle.
Dr. G, always a pleasure, sir.
All right, we're going to talk about what's going on in the administration, what's going on on Capitol Hill tonight, but first things first, I want to bring this up.
Allegedly, there is a Republican governor of Maryland whose name is Hogan, but he's not going to support the Trump-endorsed governor candidate who goes by the name of Cox.
What's going on there, Matt?
Absolutely smoked Larry Hogan in this primary.
Like, it was a blowout.
It wasn't even close.
It was kind of embarrassing for the sitting governor of Maryland.
But it goes to show you that the sitting governor of Maryland, Larry Hogan, he doesn't really have much of a real constituency or a real support.
Even the never-Trumpers who like the guy, like Bill Kristol, who saw this big story in the Washington Post earlier, even they admit that he doesn't have a constituency beyond You know, the handful of supporters around him and his administration in Maryland.
They're totally out of touch with the average person out there around the country, and frankly, I don't even think it matters if Larry Hogan supports Dan Cox or not.
I think Dan Cox is going to be a great candidate for governor.
Look, it's always tough for a Republican to win in a blue state like Maryland, but, you know, this kind of environment, this kind of year, it's doable.
But more importantly, what it demonstrates, this primary victory for President Trump, President Trump is firmly in command of the Republican Party, and you're seeing this battle play out in states across the country.
It's a proxy war.
It's playing out in Arizona right now, where Kerry Lake has President Trump's support.
President Trump's going to be in Arizona tomorrow, campaigning for Kerry Lake there.
But on the split screen on the other side of the state, you're going to have Vice President Pence backing the donor class establishment candidate, Karen Taylor Robson, there.
And I think that this proxy war that's playing out is because of the fact that, you know, across the board, Republicans recognize how weak the Democrats are, as evidenced by, I mean, look, now the president has COVID.
And they're just a total disaster in Washington.
So they all understand that he who controls the Republican Party today will control the country tomorrow.
And so there's an ongoing proxy war inside the Republican Party for whether or not President Trump will continue to be the standard bearer.
I have every reason to believe that President Trump will continue to be the standard bearer.
He's going to win this proxy war.
But the fact is that the donor class is not going to make it easier.
The same people that lined up against Trump in 2016 are lining up against him now.
And the fight is very similar to that.
And, uh, so, uh, it's refreshing in the sense that you get to find out who your friends are, right?
Like, so, uh, I think this is very revealing for President Trump, uh, as he prepares a second run for, uh, a shot at a second, uh, administration here, uh, and a third run for president, uh, uh, in 2024.
So we'll see how it shakes out.
But I do think, I do hope that President Trump is watching as this plays out.
Because I think this should inform him as to who he should be appointing when he wins again and gets back into the White House.
He should not be bringing these loser Nikki Haley types into his administration.
It's time to focus and do the real America first people.
Yeah, I heard Tucker excoriated Nikki Haley, who is a complete, utter swamp dweller.
We can talk about that later.
Matt, why do you think in that clip we played that Nancy had to run away from the podium when she was asked about her husband's stock dealings?
Well, it's clear there's something very wrong with Nancy Pelosi.
I think the American people are going to do something about it in November, when the Republicans win the majority in the House.
Again, she's too old to stick around and remain the minority leader for an extended period of time, until such time as the Democrats are able to claw their way back again.
So I think that when When the Republicans take the House back, she's gone.
She's going to retire and head for the hills.
So she's just trying to run the clock out here and keep the gravy train going as long as possible.
I am hopeful that when Republicans are back in charge and have the House representatives and hopefully the Senate, Yes.
in the terms that they are going to ban stock trading for members of Congress.
It's just unacceptable no matter which party you're in.
They should not be using insider information.
They all get inside information before the rest of us do to make financially lucrative deals for them and their families.
It's unacceptable.
Matt, when I joined the Trump administration, my wife and I had to sell all our stocks and shares.
So why do they get with their insider information to do it is absolutely outrageous.
Last question.
My good buddy Chris Plant said he looked at the TV guide, the listings for tonight.
The primetime coverage of the January 6th Inquisition starts at 7pm and lasts till 4am.
Are these people insane, Matt?
What a joke.
Nobody's going to watch.
Nobody cares.
Look, I think the All-Star Game will have the lowest ratings.
This is a total disaster for the television networks and for the Democrats.
I don't think that anybody really cares.
They blew their shot at this.
But look, here's the deal.
People were willing to give him a chance, I think, at the first outset when they did that first primetime hearing, and then even after that when they called that emergency hearing with Cassidy Hutchinson and everything.
But the thing is that all their testimony and their narratives have completely crumbled within minutes of each hearing.
So, I don't think the public really cares that much.
People are moving on.
They're going to be watching whatever else they'd rather watch than this nonsense and this total disaster.
I know it's a naive question, but do you believe Adam Schiff when he says, oh yeah, we've got so much evidence we're going to have even more hearings?
Yeah.
I think that's all they've got, right?
All they can do is keep holding hearings and hope that the media can somehow revive their sham effort.
But it's not going anywhere.
It's not working out too well for them.
And the end of the line is coming for Little Miss Cheney.
All right.
You can follow this man.
I convinced him.
He said it on my show last time.
Because of me, he is back on social media, but not Twitter.
He's on Truth Social under what?
Real Matt Boyle or The Yes.
Real Matt Boyle.
100% because of you, Dr. G.
100%.
None of the fake Matt Boyles, only the real Matt Boyle.
He is the Washington Bureau Chief.
God bless you, Matt.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Your call is next.
The call board is lighting up.
833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
I know that I'm not going to be watching the Inquisition at 3 a.m.
I don't think you guys are, too.
Stay with us here on the Salem News Channel.
Nine hours of proper change.
I know, I know.
I know.
They're probably gonna replay it.
Just keep replaying it.
Yeah, probably they'll have to, but 4am... I was gonna say, Capitol Hill staffers are definitely, like, top tier people to do something like that, because they have no lives otherwise.
Like, you can't convince me of that otherwise.
Nobody's even watching them, right?
Like, the ratings of the last one were terrible, right?
I don't know what the last one was.
Um, can you use your magic machine, Geoff?
Yeah.
Try and get, um, Dickon.
Eli Dickon.
Who is that?
The guy who stopped the mass shooter.
Oh, oh, oh.
I think he's not in hiding or something.
I wouldn't be surprised if like, you know, Vox people try to get him all the time.
Did you see Kyle tweet about him yesterday?
He did?
He said, yeah.
Hi Twitter universe.
Really want to meet this amazing marksman.
Can you connect me?
Oh my god.
Rittenhouse is pretty great.
Title for Boyle.
Something about the Trump and Pence thing, probably.
No, because we didn't mention that on air.
Yeah, you did.
No, we didn't.
We mentioned it on the radio.
Trump and Pence?
Yeah, Boyle talked about it.
He said proxy- Yeah, he talked about how Pence endorsed- Oh, the proxy war.
Proxy war, yeah.
There's a proxy war inside the GOP.
Uh-huh.
I don't know what Pence thinks he's doing, honestly.
He knows he can't run.
I don't get it.
I didn't think he was that disconnected from reality.
I don't get it.
Yeah, I don't know, man.
I know people around him want to just make money and, you know, grift off whatever, but... Yes.
That is true.
Then again, I mean, you could say the same of the GOP who just voted for a gun control bill or the ones who just voted for a gay bill.
So, I mean, like, they... There's no way they can actually think that's what their base wants.
They just don't care.
All right.
What have we got?
I need to get binoculars.
All right, good.
All right, I'm going to talk about Dawn's Murderer, and then I'm going to go to calls.
Okie dokes.
40 seconds.
5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
5, 4, 3, 2, 3, 2, 1.
Thank you.
Please.
Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard good.
Thank you.
Yes, indeed.
When people meet me in person, they always say, hey, you're much taller in real life.
If I have a dollar for every time somebody said that, I'm a stack of dollars.
Six foot three, and I was...
268 pounds.
Yeah.
268 pounds.
Now, I am 34 pounds lighter.
And I'm ordering XL.
Not double XL.
Why?
First diet ever that has actually worked for me.
Thank you, Dr. Ashley Lucas and the amazing team at PhD Nutrition and Weight Loss.
I'm not gonna even pitch it.
It just works, guys.
34 pounds in two months.
Come on.
Find out for yourself.
It's true.
It works.
Just call 684-644-1900 or just go to myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900 or go to myphdweightloss.com.
It's real.
I am that testament.
Okay, we're going to go to your calls momentarily.
Don't go anywhere.
But first, Good news, good news.
Do you remember David Dorn, the retired police captain who was murdered in St.
Louis?
Well, they found his murderer and Stephen Cannon has been found guilty after just three days of a murder trial in which he didn't even appear.
It was a open and shut case.
The 77 year old man who was killed live streaming died on video Ten shots fired into him by that burglar, Stephen Cannon.
He is going to prison for life without parole.
As far as I'm concerned, he should get the chair.
Stephen Cannon is going to jail.
God bless the memory of David Dorn.
One of those most powerful things I've seen is his widow speak at the RNC convention.
Let's keep her in our prayers.
All right, let's go to your calls.
It must be Thursday, line one, Antoinette.
Welcome, Antoinette.
Hello, Dr. G. Damn, you're good.
You're on top of the heat today, connecting all those dots of Biden.
I think you're right on, quite frankly.
I'm afraid I might be right.
I'm afraid.
I'm afraid, too.
I don't like to do these kind of scenario theories, but given the information I received in the last few hours, I think he's on his way out, Antoinette.
I do, I do, I do.
So, Dr. G, First off, I am for the voiceless and good news!
Dr. I should say Pastor Larry DeSimone from the Calvary Chapel of the Canyon is now going to Planned Parenthood in Mission Viejo and then Calvary Chapel of the Harbor here where I live by the beach.
Pastor Joe is coming on Saturdays now at the 700 South Tustin.
So us on Sunday at the Planned Parenthood.
It's becoming amazing.
So thank you listeners for joining us.
Give them the times again.
Oh, on Sundays, we're meeting from 10 to noontime there at the Tustin Avenue, 700 South Tustin.
Mission Viejo is in the mornings from 9 to 11.
It's a little further out.
But understand something, the governor of death, which is Goose and Newsome, Dr. G, there's actually six assembly bills right now, besides one senate bill concerning all these abortions.
And this wonderful senator, Senator Melissa Melendez, Republican in Riverside, they've been fighting the good fight.
AB 2223 that want to kill the babies, even after birth, it's already passed two more committees, and now it's coming up to the Senate.
So please, everybody, pray.
It's becoming worse here with all these assembly bills to put money for people that want to come to California to commit these abortions.
The other sad thing, and I hate to say this, Dr. G., but the Catholic Conference that they had here in June, they would not oppose possibly that bill, AB 2223.
It's just so sad.
They wouldn't say no.
They wouldn't say yes.
The Catholic Conference here in June.
So, it's pretty sickening here in California.
You guys, we've got to pray harder to get rid of all this nonsense.
We gotta just, we gotta pray but we gotta get engaged like you are Antoinette.
It's not just enough to pray and yes there are some serious issues with the Catholic Church.
I say this as a cradle Catholic.
We need more bishops like that one in San Francisco who publicly said, Pelosi, sorry you have caused scandal to the church and you cannot receive Holy Communion as long as you are pro-abortion.
The same thing goes For the senile old man in the White House.
Thank you, Antoinette.
Don't go anywhere.

Can you delete that outro music?
Yeah, let me think which one I just played.
Mic's on.
So I guess Trump's being in Arizona tomorrow.
I didn't know that.
Uh, Uh, was it tomorrow or Saturday?
He said tomorrow, right?
I think Boyle said tomorrow, yeah.
Presumably a rally for both Lake and Blake Masters.
Lake and Blake.
But yeah, that's coming up in less than two weeks now, that primary.
Oh, they always do.
Thank you.
Yeah, August 2nd's a big one.
We got, like, pretty much all the last few major states left, I think.
Kansas.
Michigan.
Why would you stand in front of that dirt pile?
I just don't get it.
What is the point of him giving that speech in front of a dirt pile?
Jeff, can I turn your mic on?
Oh.
Jeff says they always do that.
Why?
Oh, to show off, like, climate change, he says.
Which, that's actually a good point, yeah.
The optics of it.
Like you said, it looks like something out of Mad Max, right?
Right.
It's like, oh, this is the destruction.
Oh yeah, we've got Kangas on.
You want the mics off?
Yes.
Okay, mics off.
Switch to M3 guy.
Switch to M3 guy.
Yep.
Got it.
Sebastian Gorka.
How bad is the economy going to get?

Okay, Goldman Sachs!
They should know a little bit about the economy, shouldn't they?
They have a CEO called David Solomon, who was on that thing called CNN, and they asked him, hey, are we at the peak of inflation?
Is it going to settle down now?
He said, no.
Do you believe 9.1% is peak US inflation?
Are you preparing for an environment of higher inflation?
The U.K. just hit 9.4 percent this morning.
I think you have to prepare for an environment of higher inflation.
And the reason I say that, if you listen to our economists, our economists are saying they think that we might be getting to peak inflation.
But if you get out and you talk to the business community, most of the big business, people that are running big businesses, big supply chains, still say they don't think inflation is peak.
They see inflation continuing to move.
So our base case in thinking about this, we think there's a good chance that we haven't quite reached a peak yet.
We haven't reached the peak yet.
9.1% isn't bad enough.
What do we do about it?
For, what, three months now, we've been discussing with the amazing team at Cornerstone Real Estate this tax-sheltered form of investment that they have through the Delaware Statutory Trust System.
Now, we're going to talk about some other devices that can help you in this very, very challenging time.
We're going to talk to the Vice President, David Kangas.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
It's a pleasure to be back with you again.
So we've been talking about these incredibly seductive tax-deferred devices, the DSTs, the 1031s.
Last week we talked about the Opportunity Zones.
We want to open the aperture a bit this week.
So tell us what other things you advise your clients to invest in and what kind of options do they have in this market?
Yeah, so the DSTs and the Opportunity Zones are perfect for those who are seeking a tax-advantaged investment offering.
But for those investors that have cash and they are seeking to deploy into a real estate-based investment, they can consider real estate funds or what is known as a REIT, which is a real estate investment trust.
Both of these vehicles are available to someone looking to deploy cash into something that is not correlated to the stock market.
And who can do this?
There are some kind of ceilings or limits.
What kind of net worth do you need to be involved in this kind of investment?
Yeah, like the DSTs and the Opportunity Zones, the real estate-based funds do require an investor to meet the accredited investor requirement, which is $1 million in net worth or $200,000 in income or $300,000 if they're married.
With the REITs, the REITs will be a little bit of a mixed bag situation.
Some of them do require that same accredited investor standard, but most of them are registered with the SEC and the requirement to invest is much lower, like $250,000 of total net worth, or even just $70,000 of income.
And so it's available to a wider spectrum of investors.
And if somebody's looking for a little bit of security, if they want to explore these options, these funds or these REITs through you at Cornerstone Real Estate, what kind of properties are we talking about?
Yeah, there'll be a little bit of divergence here with the fund.
The funds will kind of focus on some distressed assets, maybe looking at properties that were mismanaged or ran into some headwinds, and there's an opportunity to kind of turn those properties around.
Or they may involve ground-up development of new assets, where we're taking nothing and we're turning it into something, we'll hold it for a period of time and we'll sell it off.
With the REITs, the REITs will have all kinds of assets and really what they provide is significant diversification.
REITs can have a billion or two or three billion dollars worth of properties in them and have anything from multi-family to light industrial to corporate headquarters, etc.
There is a significant opportunity for different asset classes.
And tell me, I'm curious.
I've heard great things from John.
What kind of interest do you have in all of these?
Whether it's the tax-deferred Delaware statutory trusts or the REITs or whether it's the investment zones.
What is it looking like under the current market?
Are you getting a healthy interest?
Yeah, I would say those investors that are looking for something that is a little bit more dynamic, you know, many investors already have their portfolio with their their stocks and their bonds and some mutual funds.
But for those investors that are looking for a little bit higher returns, I think they really should consider the opportunity zones, sorry, the real estate funds and the REITs, just to kind of add that into their portfolio.
There's a lot of investors that we are seeing that are looking for these type of investments specifically because they're not correlated to the stock market.
Last question, just to your credentials at the team.
How much, what is the scale of syndicated real estate investment you guys have handled in the last few years?
Since we were founded, we have done over a billion dollars of investor equity into these types of offerings.
All right, guys.
I told you when I first heard this, it made sense to me, especially with that incredible tax deferral, whether it's the 1031s, Opportunity Zones, or the DSTs, or this new option, the REITs.
Please find out for yourself everything.
All the details are in that crucial book.

But please don't call me on a phone that's connected to one of the big cell phone providers because they're not on your side.
They've given millions of dollars to things like Planned Parenthood and gun control organizations.
Switch today, as I did, to the only Christian conservative cell phone company.
It's Patriot Mobile.
They have the same nationwide coverage.
They have an amazing U.S.-based customer support team.

Thank you, David.
Yes.
Oh, thank you, Dr. Gorka.
It was a real pleasure.
All right.
Anytime.
God bless.
All right.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
Um... Oh, yeah.
Oh yeah, this is E.
Alrighty.
Alright.
Alright.
Who's the pre-record?
Who's tomorrow?
Hang on.
Good question.
Fifty-five seconds.
Brian Dean Wright.
Oh, excellent!
Good.
Someone in the chat says, Gomer on later today?
It's not the Three Musketeers of Congress, it's the 5Gs of Congress.
The 5Gs?
Gomer, Gomer?
Go ahead.
Is Kelly coming on?
Yeah, it's just one segment.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
When is that, Geoff?
B. D?
B, B, B, B. And who is it?
Kelly!
Oh, Julie!
Oh, awesome, yes.
Phone, I assume?
Yes!
All righty, here we go.
All righty, here here we go.
Hey, Twitter, suspend this.
Yes.
You can try.

Hey Sebastian, how you doing?
I wanted to say that I think it's crazy that the Biden administration, they want to screw up our economy to save the environment by going green when the rest of the world isn't really going to go along with this.
They don't give a crap about this stuff.
China doesn't care about its people.
But they care about their economy, so they're going to give us the windmills and the solar panels.
They're not going to use it for themselves.
And it's not like this Biden administration knows how to get people to do what they want them to do.
They can't sign a deal with Iran.
They couldn't get oil from Saudi Arabia.
And, you know, Russia is having this war thanks to Joe Biden's weakness.
Nobody's going to work along with him.
So what I think is going to happen is that this administration is going to hand out billions of dollars to countries across the world so that they can be following through with the Green New Deal.
And we're just going to... We're losing... Your line's fading out, but you're absolutely right.
They're going to keep on polluting, and we're going to keep on paying them.
You nailed it, Alex.
Let's go to our good buddy, Ray in Livermore.
Line four.
Dr. G, thank you very much.
And I want to thank Antoinette, too.
Talk about an angel on Earth.
Thank you for what you do, Antoinette.
That's putting your money where your mouth is.
Beautiful way of putting it.
An angel on Earth.
You're less of an angel and more of a warrior, I would say.
Yeah, and a complainer.
Dr. Z, you know I'm the self-appointed caller-at-large for America First, and I've advanced myself up to ombudsman as well.
Really?
What about Ambassador Without Portfolio?
Can we add that as well?
Well, I'll get there.
I want to move up through the rungs of the ladder appropriately.
The rungs of the swamp.
All right.
Give us your ombudsman input today, sir.
Yes, speaking on behalf of America First, I want to attempt a very dangerous maneuver here and correct the host.
What?
What?
How dare you?
You've got 60 seconds to correct me.
Go ahead.
Okay, you stated early in the broadcast that Nancy Pelosi is going to head for the hills.
And that remark really needs to be corrected here.
Nancy Pelosi is not going to be heading for the hills.
She's going to be heading for her beachfront property in Jupiter, Florida.
The state that the Democrats love to hate, she just purchased.
That's right, beachfront property, even in the face of global warming.
Can you imagine that?
Add to that Obama buying Magnum's beachfront property on Hawaii.
It's strange.
I guess they're not afraid of global warming, Ray.
I guess so.
They've got it all figured out, Dr. G. God bless.
And, and, and, you didn't correct me because I didn't say she's running for the hills.
I said she's running from the podium.
Therefore, we can agree to agree.
God bless you.
Keep sending us that intel from the long grass.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Rusty, David, don't go anywhere.
Don't touch that dial.
Don't touch that dial.
Don't touch that dial.
Anything you say will be used against you.
You are not listening!
I want your job to be taken from you.
A protest has turned violent at California, Berkeley.
This is why we're fighting for the soul of America.
You should be able to share ideas without fear of being fired from your job or shouted down.
You are not to be heard.
This is one of the few things one could say we have no precedent for in the United States.
You have the right to remain silent.
The only way we separate the good ideas from the bad ideas is to be free to say whatever we want about them.
Anything you say will be used against you.
There's no free speech for fascists.
Your posts on Facebook, Twitter, and social media will be safe to shame you.
Kevin Hart has stepped down from hosting this year's Oscars.
Anything you say that we don't like will be used to shut you up.
Charles Curry, go away!
Face is back to the same podcast!
You can't be funny.
It's creating an atmosphere of fear and repression and it's gonna bust.
You cannot think differently.
It makes it difficult for you to learn from other people.
Isn't it spooky we're having this discussion?
You can't challenge us.

It bothers me for the young people who are being deprived of anything that could open their minds.
You have the right to remain silent.
But you could make a whole movie on the Russiagate hoax.
It's all documented.
There was an illusion being created, using the most awesome tools and the greatest tricks that the American intelligence community had learned to use against our enemies.
Now it was being deployed against the American people and our president.
This is the biggest political scandal in modern history, which makes Watergate look like a tiff.
The FBI director has no credibility.
The left used to not trust the FBI, and now they love them.
This can happen to General Michael T. Flynn.
Imagine what they do to anybody who has a single strike against them.
35 Russian diplomats in the U.S.
expelled.
The prosecution of General Flynn wasn't a pursuit of criminal activity.
It was a setup.
Flynn actually had details.
So he was talking about going after people's budgets.
They were terrified.
Media didn't start as neutral.
Media hasn't been neutral all its life.
The two faces of Hillary Clinton are coming out.
In fact, through WikiLeaks, that she says one thing and...
Oh, no.
They worked hand-in-glove with Comey to try to delegitimize Trump.
They were not there to tell the truth.
A political dirty trick is being carried out by our intelligence community.
Honestly, none of us really know, sort of holistically, what to think about this dossier.
They went into Congress.
They said, nothing here.
Doesn't matter.
We'll keep going with FISA.
We'll keep going with the investigation.
And more importantly, we will go on TV, day in and day out, and lie to the American people to their face.
And nothing's going to happen to us.
The nation and all of our freedoms hang by a thread, and the military apparatus of this country is about to be handed over to scum who are beholden to scum!
Russian scum!
We had not one person claim that they had or had seen evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians.
Devin Nunes was the hero in the forest.
He was alone, he was mocked, he was attacked.
Devin Nunes was subject to such scorn.
For saying the conclusions that we brought forth in that report, which all proved to be true.
Russiagate was a false story.
To target their political opposition.
To carry out their insurance policies.
I believe that this is a conspiracy.
These guys have perpetrated the greatest crime against the American people ever seen.
It was a coup d'etat.
This is how sick and twisted these people are.
I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S.
citizens involved in the Trump transition.
It was shocking to see some of the over-classification that was done to hide either corruption or abuse of authority and just to make sure certain agencies didn't look bad.
We have a peaceful transition of power process.
That's not what happened.
There were more meetings, there were more leaks, there were more attacks.
The thing that they were investigating the Trump campaign for is what they themselves were doing.
Not just the Democratic Party and their operatives but also the FBI.
If I was writing about the time frame that we lived in, and that we're living in now, I would say it wasn't supposed to happen.
They weren't supposed to know.
The entire time this was going on, they thought this was going to be what sunk the Donald Trump presidency.
and they were just looking for the golden goose and they still haven't found it because it doesn't exist.
you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you

you can't handle the truth?
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
All right, there's a couple of things left on my desk that I've been meaning to share with you all week.
We'll get to Rusty and David, but I have been meaning.
They've been sitting right here in front of me.
Some of them good.
Some of them not so good.
Some of them amusing.
Let's do the amusing.
So here's a headline from the New York Post.
Maybe Mr. G can help me out with this.
This is Bernadette Hogan.
Bill de Blasio drops out of congressional race after dismal polling.
Um, Mr. G, did I miss this?
When was Big Bird running for Congress?
Yeah, he announced that a couple months ago.
What?
Yes.
I mean, I think I'm usually up on the news, right?
But this is like, really?
He's dropping out?
I didn't even know he was running!
It's crazy!
And you know his statement?
It's so pathetic.
He concluded, even though he said, I've really listened carefully to people and it's clear to me that when it comes to this congressional district, people are looking for another option.
Meaning they don't want you, right Bill?
I didn't even know he was running.
I'm sorry.
Okay, great, great news.
Southwest, the airline, had an employee called Charlene Carter who professed a pro-life stance on Facebook.
So what happened?
They fired her!
Southwest and the Transportation Workers Union of America Local 556 fired her because she dared under her own name to make pro-life pronouncements on Facebook.
She just won five million dollars.
Yes, good news.
But why?
Why are they doing insane things like that?
Perhaps because the culture war is raging?
This is from Jack Wolfson.
It's hard to believe this stuff.
Merriam-Webster, you know the dictionary?
They've totally caved to the transgender loonies.
They have changed the definition of female.
Used to be The opposite of male.
Of relating to or being the sex that has the capacity to bear young or produce eggs.
Pretty factual statement.
Now, it is having a gender identity that is the opposite of male.
Nothing to do with your gender.
Nothing to do with your sex.
The identity.
You're a dictionary.
You're not supposed to be a political manual for activists.
See, this is the level.
Of the culture war we have to fight.
We have to get to a point where we not only win and we get the insanity out of the halls of Congress and the administration and our schools, we have to get it out of the dictionaries.
Are you engaged?
What are you doing about it?
Because if you're not engaged, sorry guys, you're part of the problem.
I know it's fun to listen to talk radio, but it's not enough.
All right, waiting very patiently, North Carolina Rusty, welcome aboard.
Rusty, you've been waiting a long time.
Now is when you talk.
Okay.
Do it!
Now!
God bless you, Doctor.
Are you on a speakerphone, Rusty?
No.
You sound like you're on a speakerphone or 20 feet away from your phone.
I'm not on a speakerphone.
I'm in a room that has a fan going that I can't control.
Alright, that's better.
That sounds better.
What's your question?
What's your comment, Rusty?
Well, I don't understand, and I haven't called in, but I just couldn't spam name over.
I need to know some answers from you, and I know that I can understand what you're going to explain.
They keep talking about Biden possibly retiring or even impeaching him whenever the Republicans get control of the House, but they don't want to do that because they're so concerned about Kamala Harris.
What I don't understand is Within a month of her taking office, I'm sure that she will mess up so bad that they'll have plenty of reasons that they can impeach her.
So what are they worried about?
What do you mean, what are they worried about?
They're worried about not winning the midterms and they're worried about not winning the presidential election in 2024.
Well, if she gets impeached before the election, it's not going to matter.
But they're not going to impeach their own Democrat president.
How does that look?
Looks fine to me.
I don't see anything wrong with impeaching a Democrat president.
No, but you're a Republican, Rusty.
You're not making sense.
Why would they impeach their own head of state?
Oh, they won't.
If we If the Republicans take the House and possibly the Senate, and Biden is already retired or just left, And Kamala Harris is the president.
They can impeach her.
Oh, yeah, well they can't because you won't have a two-thirds majority.
You've got to have a super majority in the Senate.
We may just win the Senate, but that's not enough.
You can't impeach and convict.
You've got to convict them.
You impeach them in the lower house, Rusty, and then you convict them in the Senate.
But you've got to have a two-thirds majority, and we won't have it.
I understand your question now.
That is something that I did not consider.
I forgot about that.
Right, you gotta have the two-thirds.
It's non-negotiable.
Thank you, Rusty.
David waiting very patiently in California.
And then we might go to the Emerald Isle.
David?
Hey, thanks for taking my call, Doctor.
Listen, it's time for us to do something about Merrick Garland.
This guy is totally out of control.
Comey busted Martha Stewart for insider trading, set aside the fact that he won't even protect our justices.
Right in front of our face, Nancy Pelosi and her husband are almost saying, look, yeah, we're doing insider trading.
I don't know how to get it.
This guy's taking a paycheck for absolutely being in neutral.
When I watch this guy, you know what?
He's being cut.
I can't believe it.
They don't talk about him.
They don't come after him.
But David, David, you said he's out of control.
I beg to differ.
He's not in control.
If you've watched him testify on Capitol Hill in the Senate, this is like an empty vessel.
He just sits there like a gormless idiot.
He's not running the DOJ.
It's Lisa Monaco.
It's the idiots beneath him.
So he's just a meat puppet, David.
Yeah, but he's right.
What can we do?
This guy is... What can we do?
It's... Well, look.
First, everybody who's listening has to run for office.
I don't care if it's county dog catcher, the commissioner, the president of the school board.
I don't care.
Run, run, run.
We have to flood the zone.
We have to volunteer, like my wife, to become an election official, a poll watcher, to make sure that it is very, very hard for them to cheat.
On top of that, we have to take back the House, we have to take back the Senate, we have to support President Trump getting back into the White House because we need the executive.
It's not enough to have congressional investigations and subpoenas because they never lead anywhere.
I want scumbags arrested.
I want Mallorcas arrested for aiding and abetting the cartels.
I want people who have damaged America to be put on trial and judged by a jury of their peers.
So guys, that only happens If we get engaged.
Great questions, guys.
Thank you, David.
Let's go to Donatsha in Ireland.
I've made it back to New York, my number 8 man.
Dude, it's been ages.
It's been over a year.
Where have you been, my friend?
Haven't I been stuck there because I wouldn't get the jab?
Oh my gosh!
So, thank God, with the B1, with my visa for work, to come back over, my GP wrote a letter saying that a jab would be counter-indicated with my Cardiac situation.
So...
So hang on, hang on.
You got me confused.
Are you in Ireland or are you here now?
No, I'm here now.
I'm here now.
Okay, so you got the requisite paperwork and you're back here.
What would you like to share with us?
It's great to hear your voice.
Ah, you too, Doctor.
I can't tell you.
Well, just one point.
With all this gender stuff, you know, that doesn't go in the dressing rooms.
My biggest surprise all these years in the dressing room was to find out one of the lads was Jewish.
That's the biggest shock, right?
That's the biggest shock.
That's the only surprise that a rugger should have in the changing room.
When I come back over, I was speaking with a woman, and she was a woman, in line, and I heard a conversation about gender going on.
It was in the airport.
And I introduced myself into the conversation.
And I said to her, I said, listen, I said, there are two sexes.
I said, gender, I remember from Latin class and Greek class.
Right?
I said, that has to do with masculine, feminine, neuter.
Has absolutely nothing to do.
And so she looked, she said, how can you say that?
I said, madam, I'm not woke.
I'm sane.
Good for you.
And how did she react?
She didn't, well, she just stared at me like an idiot.
She didn't know what to say.
But it's the absence, I think, doctor, of, and it's lost on most people.
The absence of really scholastic philosophy that we had in school, deductive reasoning.
And rhetoric.
Rhetoric as well.
And rhetoric!
We're both gifted with the gab for that.
That's a good one.
I just love to say, just say idiot again please.
Egypt.
I love it.
Egypt.
All right.
It is fabulous to hear your voice.
Stay on the line, given your success to get the paperwork required to come back to America.
Let's give our friend a My Body, My Choice t-shirt.
Stay on the line.
He's back in the United States.
Everything at our website is made in America.
Check out for yourself.
No more Chinese tat.
Go to SebGorkerStore.com and if you haven't called in for a long time, don't be a stranger.
We love you guys.
That's why we're here every single day.

This is America First.
Anyway, you can get me a quick man and cut for Julie.
Amen. - Okay.
Okay.
That's right.
Immediately remembered.
It took me a moment when you said Ireland, but yeah, Donica, I remember.
Yeah, yeah, it's been a while.
I think it's been two years, maybe.
Yeah, back in the Shad days, I think.
Yeah.
Yep.
My goodness.
Okay, we've got Kelly next.
Got her book.
Thank you.
Oh, and don't forget the Patriots website.
Oh, yeah, patriotfreedomproject.com.
Yep.
Yep.
Yeah, while I was back with my family in California, one of my cousins mentioned that, or one of my cousin's husbands mentioned or one of my cousin's husbands mentioned that he had a buddy who's still in solitary, Jason.
Oh my gosh.
from all over the country.
I'm sending you a link if you can print it.
Uh, sure.
How soon do you need it?
Not right now, just before I leave.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, that's fine.
Where is it?
Well, how much time we got? how much time we got?
Can you play me cut six?
Cut six.
Give it to him.
Oh, wait.
These are 30-year averages.
That's wrong.
That's wrong.
Sorry.
I got it.
Got six.
When it comes to fighting for climate change, climate change, I will not take no for an answer.
I will do everything in my power to clean our air and water, protect our people's health, to win the clean energy future.
This, again, sounds like hyperbole.
Our children and grandchildren are counting on us.
Not a joke.
Not a joke.
All right.
I think we have her on the line.
Why does he keep saying not a joke?
Hey, Julie.
Hello.
How are you?
Oh, that's a very bad line.
Keep talking.
Yes.
Is this better?
Yes.
Yes.
Have you been following Bannon?
A little bit, but not closely enough.
Oh, you've got to redial her.
It's skipping.
You've got to dial her back.
Dial her back, guys.
Dial her back, guys.
Dial her back, guys.
What you are about to hear them say is mind-boggling.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
The Inquisition on Capitol Hill.
We're going to dial up Julie Kelly momentarily.
But we love also Lisa Booth, another warrior princess.
She was on Fox after the footage of AOC faking getting handcuffed.
And she came up with a rather natty description for the former barmaid.
Cut eight.
Play cut.
She's the Jussie Smollett of Congress.
Word to the wise, if you're faking being handcuffed, don't put your fist in there.
It kind of gives it all away.
I'm surprised she hasn't put out a statement about police brutality at this point after gently being escorted just a few feet away.
By the police.
But look, all the squad, they're all a bunch of posers.
I mean, this is someone who says she's a socialist.
She wears her tax-rich designer dress to the Met Gala, which is $35,000 a head.
She illegally parks her $60,000 Tesla outside of Whole Foods.
And then you've got someone like Cori Bush, who wants to defund the police for everyone else, but spends $70,000 in her own private security.
AOC is the Juicy Smoley.
Yes, she is the new Juicy Smoley of the Democrat Party.
What kind of person does that?
Let's ask our good friend, senior writer for the superb website American Greatness, author of the book January 6th, Julie Kelly.
Welcome back to America First.
Hey Seb, thanks for having me on.
We're going to talk about what's going to happen tonight in prime time and what they're trying to do to my former colleague and boss in the White House, Steve Bannon.
But first things first, as a human being who has a soul, I need to ask you, what kind of person fakes getting handcuffed, Julie?
A performance artist, a crisis actor, a young woman who unfortunately has gotten away with, you know, all sorts of bad behavior and accusations and never held accountable.
So that's what we saw yesterday.
It was pretty hilarious.
It's like she's cosplaying at being a congresswoman, isn't it?
It really is.
Look, she needs to give this up and just go straight to Hollywood, right?
I mean, this is not really, you know, she barely makes it.
It's funny.
She shows up on Capitol Hill to perform this dramatic theater, but yet she's towards the top of the list of missing all of her votes.
I think she's one of the leading Congress people, Congress members, to vote by proxy under COVID rules for the past, like, two years.
But there she is.
I'll be wearing a heavy coat.
Yeah, a heavy tweed coat.
A three-quarter length heavy tweed coat.
I guess, given her voting record, she's not too worried about the world ending.
Where are we now?
Eight years left, I think, by her counting?
I believe so.
I don't know.
They keep changing it all the time.
I think it was supposed to be over, you know, like in 2006 or something.
Oh, I missed it!
Did the world end a few years ago?
I missed it.
I thought that's what Al Gore told us.
Oh, that's right.
That's right.
Al Gore and his polar bears.
All right, let's get serious.
You are the author of a superb book.
It's the January 6th Tome.
You've got to read it.
Get it right now.
How the Democrats used the Capitol Hill protest to launch a war on terror against the political right.
Follow this lady, Julie underscore Kelly, too.
I mentioned it earlier in the show, Julie, this primetime seventh J6 Inquisition broadcast tonight starts at 8 p.m.
and ends according to the cable channels at 4 a.m.
What are they gonna do till 4 a.m.
Julia?
I'm a little bit perplexed.
Oh my, I must admit that.
Yeah, 4 a.m.
It's gonna be showing unless they're gonna do like a rerun of the hearing till 4 in the morning.
Oh my.
Well, you know, we know Benny Thompson is out because he has COVID, just like Joe Biden does, after being double vaccinated and double boosted.
So I don't know who's presiding.
I believe Liz Cheney is supposed to preside over this.
I can't imagine what they'll talk about for that long.
Perfect.
Absolutely perfect.
What about the recent events last 48 hours?
We've had jury selection.
We have Steve Bannon show up for his trial for being in contempt of Congress.
He was very feisty outside the courtroom yesterday.
He had an impromptu little press conference.
The fact is, it's just about intimidating 74 million Americans, isn't it, Julie?
It is.
That's what this whole exercise is about.
It's what the criminal prosecutions are, the DOJ's prosecution of 850 plus Americans, now people like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro.
This is the intent of the January 6th committee, not just to criminalize criticism of the 2020 election and to criminalize political dissent, but to warn Trump supporters that if you don't fall in line, that this will be your fate.
And that's what I detail in my book.
And things are only going to get worse from here on out as the Democrats in this regime get more and more desperate to hang on to power.
Well, you've done an incredible job almost single-handedly talking about what happened, especially to those political prisoners.
Let's put up that site where you can support the families of the incarcerated, those who have been targeted by the DOJ and the FBI.
Eric, will you put that up on the screen?
If you want to make a donation to these families, you can do it.
Do we have that, Eric?
It is patriotfreedomproject.com.
Patriotfreedomproject.com.
Adam Schiff, two days ago, Julie, promised that there's so much more evidence that after tonight they're going to continue the hearings.
Do you believe him?
Well, no.
I mean, no.
You can't believe anything Adam Schiff says, except I do believe that they're going to drag this out as long as possible.
Yes.
I believe Politico reported they were going to try to bring this, drag this out through the end of the year.
So this is all, as I've explained, you and I have talked about, to justify the Republican political case to eventually indict Donald Trump.
Yes.
Which I truly believe this DOJ will do, either obstruction or conspiracy charges.
So they need to try to keep this show going as long as possible to somehow sustain that indictment when it comes down from this DOJ.
Yeah, it sounds like you've come to the same conclusion, that there will be some referral, criminal referrals, something to do with obstruction of justice or obstructing an official proceedings, and they will have Donald Trump's name on them.
So you concur with my prediction?
I do.
I'm not so sure it will come from the committee.
They don't really need to send a criminal referral to DOJ.
DOJ, as you know, can just do this on their own.
There's no reason why they shouldn't.
This Matthew Graves, the U.S.
Attorney for the District of Columbia, the same guy who just dropped charges against the Colbert crew, who committed far worse offenses than the overwhelming majority of people charged in the January 6th prosecution.
He is the Biden campaign advisor.
And the guy overseeing this, I certainly predict, I think pretty confidently, that he's the guy that will ultimately hand out the indictments against Trump.
All right, follow this lady for the information you need to know about what really happened on January 6th.
Julie underscore Kelly 2 says it right there on her bio on Twitter.
Ultra, MAGA, and her articles can be found at amgreatness.com.
That's amgreatness.com.

And I'm going.
That's 855-565-5519.
Or just go to standwithisraeltour.com.
All right, she's done she's done it.
Oh, she's gone.
The mic's on, three and a half minutes.
All right.
All right.
Can you play Cut 7?
Conor Zegs- Auchincloss?
Where is she?
There you go, Jake.
Auchincloss.
And it's a guy, right?
It's not a she.
Unless he transitioned.
Transitioned, obviously.
It's Jake.
Um, title for Kelly?
Uh, first play me 5.
Go ahead.
We have a president who's running the country into the ground further and further, deeper and deeper.
And you have a press secretary, I'm sorry to say it, who just isn't up for the job.
I mean, she called Justice Clarence Thomas Judge Thompson.
Not only that, you know, she's always saying, I don't have anything for you on something like the baby formula crisis.
Well, that'll be a great improvement.
We don't need to post that.
stayed on COVID-19, for example.
Baby formula would be another in this case.
And she flipped through her binder for like 45 seconds and didn't have an answer and said, I have nothing for you.
So they've got both.
I mean, you got a messaging problem.
You got a fax problem.
Nothing is redeeming about this administration.
I believe John Kirby is going to take that lectern at some point.
Well, that'll be a great improvement.
We don't need to post that.
Oh, OK.
Is he close with Kamala?
All right.
I don't know.
This is great, Josh Hawley.
The head of the TSA has admitted that the Biden administration has allowed a thousand illegal aliens To use their arrest warrants as IDs to get on planes.
That almost surprises me.
Almost.
It's just, it's... Ugh.
I just can't.
What?
Well, I mean, it's like some previous guest we had on said, name any other country in the world that has such an open borders policy like we do.
There isn't!
There isn't!
Exactly!
There isn't.
It's actual national suicide.
It might have been Black who said that.
Alright, C, and then we got the big G in the neck, and the D, in the D segment.
Uh, GoMert.
seconds.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We are with ya!
America first.
Magnificent.
Hey, I need a little data.
Eric, how long do you think Corinne Jean-Pierre, how long has she been in that job?
What, like two months maybe tops?
Yeah, I was gonna say somewhere between two and three months.
It feels longer than that, though, doesn't it?
Well, it does feel longer, but it looks like she might be on the way out already.
Kaylee McEnany, who actually knows what to do at that podium, thinks that she might be being replaced imminently.
This is Cut 5.
Play Cut.
There are things when I went to the podium, I knew I needed an update on COVID-19.
For example, baby formula would be another in this case.
John Kirby, the embarrassment, the disgrace to the naval uniform he once wore.
She is a disaster.
I wonder why she got the job.
Let me think.
I can't work it out.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Dave in Pittsburgh.
Welcome.
Good afternoon, Dr. Small Mountain.
It's been such a long time since we've spoke.
It has.
How are you doing, my friend?
I'm doing fine.
I'm fine as frogs here.
How are you?
I'm good.
I'm good.
I thank you for using the correct translation of my name.
Never miss a moment, doctor.
Never miss a moment.
Listen, I've got an idea for a t-shirt.
Two of them, actually.
Okay.
First is Wake the Woke.
Wake the Woke.
That's interesting.
And what would we have on it?
What would the visual be?
Well, you have to define how you wake them up, right?
Yes.
You smack them upside the head with a wooden spoon.
Wooden spoon!
I love that!
Wooden spoon.
Old school.
All right.
What's the second one, Dave?
No consent.
No consent.
Oh, that is good.
That is good.
All right.
We're going to have our merch master in studio tomorrow, so we're going to run these by him.
But they do tickle my fancy, Dave.
That's excellent.
Don't be such a stranger.
I love these ideas.
Good stuff.
Let's go to James in Cleveland, line two.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Great show today.
Thank you, sir.
You're welcome.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
All right.
What are the chances of the Democrats pulling a Nixon-Agnew succession, where Agnew resigned, remember?
Yeah.
Gerald Ford was appointed vice president.
Right.
Nixon resigned.
Okay.
Well, what if Biden, what if Kamala Harris resigns, Obama is appointed vice president, And then Biden resigns and the Democrats live happily ever after.
Obama?
What?
On what planet?
The guy who signs 20, 30 million dollar deals with Netflix and does nothing for them?
Why on earth would he want to go back into the White House?
He's got to be, he's got to be the rescuer.
But he'd want to!
He'd have to want to do that job.
Have you seen photographs of him on the day of inauguration and when he left the White House?
The dude aged 40 years, James.
Why on earth would you think that they could convince him to go back into the White House?
Forget that.
How do you get rid of Kamala?
Agnew had to go.
Agnew was in deep, deep doo-doo.
How do you convince a woman who thinks she deserves to be president because of her skin color and what's between her legs?
How on earth do you convince Kamala?
There's no criminal indictment pending for her.
Oh, well, of course not, but it's just that the party that brought her to this position can be the same party that takes her out.
But with what device?
With what excuse?
With what mechanism?
That's my question.
You can have theories, but you've got to actually have a concrete conception of how.
What are you going to say to Kamala, whoever you are, whether you're Pelosi, Schumer, Hillary, what are you going to say to her to get rid of her?
You're just going to tell Kamala, hi, you've had a good run, but now you have to step aside.
And then she says no, James.
What happens then?
Well, that puts the Democrats in the quandary of being in the same place they are right now, which is a sinking ship.
You can't flip from... What happens when she says no?
What do they do to her?
Well, they would try to impress upon her.
And then she still says no.
You've got to think these things through, my friend.
She's not going anywhere.
The Supreme Court is full and she wants to be president.
That's why they are stuck with her.
Which, by the way, James, Is great for us.
We're going to be joined by Louie Gohmert next.
Don't go anywhere.
John and John and Mike.

The Obama case is so annoying.
Well, and again, he can't be vice president because he's been president twice already.
So, I mean.
And the Michelle Obama, it's just ridiculous.
I know, the Michelle Obama thing drives me nuts.
If she wanted to do it... I don't doubt that she could be a strong candidate.
If they went back to the White House, they would have ran last time.
She would have crushed Biden.
Yes!
The benefits of the mail-in ballots, they would have done it then.
Right.
Yeah.
I think, actually, I thought a previous guest did suggest the Agnew thing, though.
I thought maybe Black said it or someone?
Yes.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But Agnew had to go.
He was in trouble.
He was going to go down.
And why would she go?
Why on earth would she go?
Can't manufacture a crime that quickly, unfortunately.
Can you block the lines?
Yeah.
I don't doubt that some Democratic Party leadership doesn't like her.
Oh no!
That I completely concur with, but under what mechanism do they get rid of her?
You're right, there's nothing they can offer her.
Alright, get ready to switch to M3 because we're going to turn the mics off.
Yeah, we're going to turn the mics off for this guest.
Switch to M3 now.
Test, test.
Go ahead and kill the mics, Geoff.

Dr. Gorka, it's an honor to talk to you.
I'm also an immigrant since August 9, 1968, and I love this country.

It's a high-protein diet, especially meat, as much meat as you want, which is relevant to our next guest, who was supposed to be on the show at the beginning of the week, but Texas' very own Louis Gohmert, Congressman Gohmert, what were you doing on Monday when I wanted Congressman Gohmert, what were you doing on Monday when I wanted you on my What?
Well, we didn't have votes until 6.30 Monday night, and so I planned for some time to Be here and start at 7.30 in the morning and cook ribs all day long and then serve them.
The Democrats say it's the only time I ever leave them with a good taste in their mouth.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
Congressman, did you actually give some of your ribs to the Democrats?
Yeah, I actually did.
Actually, the best compliment I've ever gotten.
And I mean, I had people that can't stand me, but they were coming up and just going on about how good they were.
But Louise Slaughter has passed on.
She used to be Democrat Chair of the Rules Committee.
And she told me that, you know, Louie, I snuck a few ribs home so I could eat them that evening.
And I wasn't worried about my husband eating them, because he's a strict vegetarian.
And I sat him down in the kitchen cabinet, went back to change clothes.
When I came back to the kitchen, my husband was standing there.
My ribs were gone.
I said, where are my ribs?
He said, I ate them.
She said, but you're a strict vegetarian.
He said, oh, I can eat those ribs.
Oh my gosh.
Anyway.
Hang on, I need to know, what's the secret?
Is it the rub?
What's the secret to your ribs?
Yeah, I started with LBJ Secret Rib Rub and modified it to where I liked it better.
And that's what I used.
No marinating.
I mixed up the rub Sunday night and then was putting that on the ribs and putting them on the charcoal grill.
All right, I need to eat.
I need to try some of those ribs.
I will get dispensation from Dr.
I can't wait.
All right, follow this man right now, Rep. Louis Gohmert.
He's got half a million followers.
I've retweeted the video that you've posted.
It's about the Second Amendment.
Really shocking footage coming out of Capitol Hill.
Not only do they want to take away our weapons, Congressman, the Democrats have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to guns, do they?
They really don't.
You know, in part of the legislation, they mentioned rimfired ammunition, and I asked, do any of you guys even know what rimfired is?
And they looked around, and one of the staff handed them a note.
Yeah, I think I know what it is.
Well, anyway, they don't, and they were wrong about so many things.
And you would think if you're going to be trying to take away a constitutional right that you would need to be right about what little you were trying to get right.
But it is a dangerous situation.
Sebastian, I know you.
I know your knowledge of the world.
I know how well versed you are in other nations, rises and falls.
and what we're looking at here they want to take away guns they haven't been able to repeal the second amendment so they came up with with one way they could do that and that is to make gun manufacturers liable yes for any criminal act with a gun and they know that would put every gun manufacturer out of business
And you know how it goes in these socialist, progressive, communist societies, whichever you want to use, to them it's the same thing.
Right.
And that is, you have a tiny little thin veneer of a ruling class, and in medieval days, those are the people that rode in carriages, some on horseback, but they rode, and all the peasants walked.
Yeah.
They're wanting to get back to that day.
All of the ruling class, they're protected by people with guns.
All the peasants, not a gun among them.
So they're going to have their private jets.
They're going to have their big Suburbans and keep them running on hot days so they're cool when they get in.
They're going to have helicopters and yachts.
And then there'll be all the rest of us peasants.
We won't have guns.
We won't be able to have our own cars.
They're making them unaffordable as much as they can.
They're taking us back just hundreds and hundreds of years.
They want to be that ruling class.
Yeah, I just saw a stat on the web.
Less than 1% of vehicles in America are electric and they're already being told, the owners are being told in Texas, in California and elsewhere, not to charge their vehicles at certain times because they're taxing the grid.
Less than 1%!
And they think they can make it 100%.
Absolutely crazy.
Yeah, but look at what part of that 1% is with the National Defense Authorization we passed.
They're wanting to make the Army green and have electric vehicles.
Can you imagine being in a combat theater and your you've got the other side on the run and you call it hey can you guys hold up uh we need to recharge for a few hours and then we'll be right back stop stop stop the war stop the war we need to recharge recharge we've got We've got ten seconds left.
I have to ask you, yesterday Biden said he had cancer.
Today White House says he has COVID.
Is Kamala Harris warming her place in the Oval Office?
What is your take?
Ten seconds, sir.
I don't know.
She's got an awfully big smile on her face.
That is very concerning.
It is, because it's going to be even worse with her.
God bless you, sir.
I can't wait to taste those.
God bless you, Sebastian.
Taste those ribs.
Follow her.
Gohmert.house.gov.
That's G-O-H-M-E-R-T.
And Rep.
Louie Gohmert of Texas, the number one congressional district.

Thank you, Congressman.
That was superb.
Thank you.
immigrant, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Mr. G always has his antennae up.
We're talking about electric vehicles, the military going green, and what does he send me from Fox News?
Shock!
NASCAR is launching electric racing series in 2023.
Leaked documents say.
Great, great.
The race you go to, because of the sound and the smell, it's going to be silent and electric.
They're insane.
Utterly insane.
Let's go to your course.
Let's go to San Diego, Line 3.
Welcome, John, to America First.
Hey, Sebastian, the guy that called about Obama, I cannot believe that grown people in America haven't read the Constitution.
Yes.
Look, the eligibility for vice president is the same as president.
If you can't be president, you cannot be vice president.
Right.
If you're not born here, I can't be president.
If you've already served twice as president, you can't be vice president.
It's very simple.
It's quite simple.
Maybe you should start doing some primers.
Yeah, you know, I don't want to run a school here, but we'll educate.
For example, President Trump and DeSantis can't run on the same ticket because it is very clear in our constitutional order you can't have a president and vice president domiciled in the same state.
So guys, one of them is going to have to move out of Florida, which is easy for President Trump because he can re-domicile in New York.
But guys, if an immigrant has to tell you this stuff, Bone up on your civics.
Let's go to South Carolina waiting patiently.
Another John, line one.
Dr. G, PhD weight loss has you so skinny that you've got to run around in the shower to get wet.
I'm working on it.
I'm almost there.
Almost there.
Listen, I'm disappointed with Gilbert.
I really thought he was a brisket guy instead of a ribs guy.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
That's hard.
If you've got the right... Me, I'm a brisket guy too, but... Yeah, me too.
If you've got the right ribs... We have something in Greenwood, South Carolina, where I live, which is called the Festival of Discovery.
Now you would think that might be something from NASA, but actually it is a barbecue festival.
The Festival of Discovery is about barbecue?
It's a barbecue festival.
When?
We have the widest main street in the world, or at least we did in Greenwood, South Carolina.
And then, as it turned out, Moscow got jealous and had to come down here and measure it.
And it turns out that ours actually was wider than Moscow's.
And they went back and knocked up a few feet of concrete.
So you have it on the high street, and when is it?
I need to know when this barbecue festival is, John.
This last year, it was July 7th through the 9th, so we just got past it.
And this is where I was going in for the big chess game that we'll talk about later.
But listen, what I called in on was... You've got 20 seconds, dude!
Yeah, when I called in on Dickens, we need to indemnify him in situations like that, because he had two shots that went wide, and he could have hit somebody, and he was carrying where he shouldn't have been carrying.
I know, but I think he's going to be safe, but somebody needs to give that man a job and some insurance.
Well done, John.
Next up, what's really happening in Ukraine?
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
A person picking up ballots and running them to the drop boxes.
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
And in no shape, in no way, in no time is that legal.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.

What is going on in the Middle East?
Did Biden's visit make it worse or better?
And what is happening in Europe?
Is Ukraine done for?
Is Putin on the way out?
Let's ask somebody who knows that man, has written literally the book on Putin's playbook, She was a DIA defense intelligence officer, agency officer, and I love what it says in her bio.
It says, cancelled by the U.S.
government.
Rebecca Koffler, welcome back to America First.
Thank you very much, Dr. Gorkar.
So nice to be here again with you.
And we're very excited that the book, Putin's Playbook, is coming out next week in paperback.
If you haven't got it, guys, if you need to understand what this former KGB colonel is doing, then get it right now, paperback or hardcover.
Let's start with recent events.
We had an expert on Iran in the studio two days ago who highlighted something that I think is missed by the mainstream, quote-unquote, media and the self-anointed experts on geopolitics and the Kremlin.
Usually, the Kremlin sees itself as a superpower, which means if they want to meet with, quote, lesser nations, they have to go to them.
The mountain has to go to Mohammed.
The fact that Putin went to Tehran, should that be an interesting fact in terms of who's going to who?
Absolutely.
This time Mohammed is crawling to the mountain, it appears as though.
And not only that, the Russians are desperate to get the additional capability from Iran, the drones, because they are very much behind, Seb, the drone development, to the point where some of their own drones have our commercial off-the-shelf Canon cameras The Iranian ones.
The Iranians have our technology.
And the Iranians stole our technology and the Israeli technology and have lined up all of the clandestine supply chain networks and re-engineered a lot of this stuff and so the Russians want to use them now in Ukraine.
Alright, so let's do a little bit of red teaming.
The CIA is famous for During the Cold War, writing these psychological profiles of the enemy like Khrushchev or Saddam Hussein, how is Putin thinking right now?
So, we've had a war since February.
Is he confident?
Is he feeling strong?
The latest reports from the UK is that 50,000 Russian soldiers have been killed already in Ukraine.
If you were back at DIA, if you were consulting for the administration, writing the psychological profile of where is Vladimir Putin today, what kind of words would you use?
Putin is feeling strong.
Yes, he has already chopped off about 20%, one-fifth of Ukraine.
Very strategic areas, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics.
This is where the industrial heartland is of Ukraine.
All of the coal mines, the deposit of very high quality coal minerals.
He is also blockading right now the grains.
the exports that Ukraine traditionally is famous for and which allow Ukraine to feed basically their own people.
Well, they can't get them out.
And all those talks, you know, the trilateral talks of the authoritarian Trio, Erdogan, Raisi, and Putin, the threesome, the bromance threesome that's going on right now in terms of the exporting and releasing the bromance threesome that's going on right now in terms of the Now, I'm not very optimistic.
This is all a charade.
Each of them have their own agendas, and those agendas do not include Ukraine and releasing the hunger.
They're alleviating, rather, the hunger.
Yeah, to have Erdogan of Turkey and Putin in Tehran together, that is not a safe combination.
How does Putin look at this administration and specifically at Biden?
Well, this is exactly why he chose this particular timing to attack Ukraine, Seb.
Remember, the Russian intelligence services assessed that our chief executive is not only weak, he is also on the cognitive decline.
And so Putin That didn't happen overnight.
Remember, that happened over the weeks and months.
And when the Biden administration was asking the intelligence community what was Putin's intent, And the DIA Director Scott Berrier, General Berrier, said, we have no idea.
I mean, how is that even possible?
What, were they there to sip some borscht and dine nimble on some chicken Kiev?
I'm sure it's pretty clear after they took Crimea, isn't it?
What their intent was under the Obama administration.
Yeah, that's their favorite.
I mean, you know, you've been, you've worked with those guys.
They usually are very good at what we call bean counting, right?
Yes.
Because you can count the number of troops, the number of weapons, you know, through the satellites.
They can't, you know, get into the adversarial mindset.
It's because they think that everybody thinks like America.
So when Putin gives long, turgid speeches on how Ukraine is not a real country, doesn't deserve to exist, neither does Poland or the Baltic states, was it only you at DIA who's reading them?
I mean, what's going on?
Help us, Rebecca.
I have no idea.
There were three of us.
We were called the Troika, right?
Senior intelligence analysts who kept, you know, waving the flag and telling the Obama administration, here's what Putin's plans are, here's what he's gearing up to do.
He was developing the required weaponry, right, the military modernization, in addition to the development of the doctrine.
That is more dangerous right now than the one that the Soviets had during the Cold War.
But no, the Obama administration wanted to do a reset.
It came up with all sorts of excuses.
Russia's GDP is the size of Italy.
Russia is a gas station masquerading as a country.
Every possible excuse to convince us, the intel people who are reading top secret information, to say, no, Putin is not going to invade.
Well, here he did.
Do you have an explanation in your time?
So you were born in the Soviet Union, you understand this culture, you've been following this former KGB colonel for years.
One of the things I said for all my time as a defense department professor is, If you have a limited amount of time and you want to understand the battlefield, don't read the super-classified, hyper-classified reports.
Read what the enemy is saying.
If you read what the enemy is saying, even in a poor translation, it's better than nothing.
So why are these people not believing what the enemy says?
I myself stunned.
I have no idea.
I don't have an answer for you.
Putin never made it a secret, right?
Right.
The Russians codified the United States and NATO as their top threat in 2010 doctrine.
Even before that, Putin, in 2007, during the Munich Security Conference, he declared unofficially war on the West.
In 2008, he invaded Georgia.
2010, like I said, he declared US-NATO threat.
2014, doctrine, same thing.
I mean, 2014, he invaded Crimea.
I don't know how many more indications and warnings the experts need to believe that Putin is actually going to do what he says he was going to do.
And in fact...
What were they saying to you when you did these briefings?
For example, in the Obama administration, did they say, no, he's a nice guy, or no, he's just faking it?
Was there some common response?
I'm just curious.
Well, you know how that works, right?
There's an implicit pressure.
that the senior people, the managers, right, that they place on you to change your analysis.
And sometimes it would take literally, Sam, three months to put, you know, to get a paper out, right, the flagship, you know, products like the National Intelligence Estimate.
Everybody had to have an edit.
Exactly.
Everybody had.
And all the managers, right?
We call them the strap hangers.
They have to put their own mark.
And at the end of the day, what comes out of the R&D is nothing what you put in, what the worker bees, the intelligence analysts put in.
And therefore, you know, what would go up is just so diluted.
It's all been diluted.
Because it's safe because if you've been in government long enough you understand it is a den of mediocrity never ever tell the truth if the boss might not like it so just water it down we are talking to the author of Putin's playbook she's the president of doctrine and strategic consultant former DIA officer Rebecca Koffler you can follow her at Rebecca with a K Rebecca with a K0132.

So we were at CPAC, the world's biggest convocation of conservatives, as Putin invaded Ukraine for the second time.
And just a few days later...
Let's put this headline up Regarding the chairman of the Joint Chiefs the most senior military officer in America the most senior military Official for the most powerful nation in the world who at the beginning of the war said the following remarkable Kiev It's not Kiev, guys, okay?
Just ask a Ukrainian.
Kiev could fall within 72 hours.
Mm-hmm.
That's the most senior military official in the United States, who's still there after the disaster in Afghanistan, and then he said the following in testimony on Capitol Hill just a month later.
Play cut.
What is the time frame you foresee, given that kind of understanding of the way Russia thinks and acts?
Could it be something as long as a decade or even longer that we're involved in this type of conflict?
That's hard to tell.
It's a bit early still, even though we're a month plus into the war.
There is much of the ground war left in Ukraine.
But I do think this is a very protracted conflict.
And I think it's at least measured in years.
I don't know about decades, but at least years for sure.
I'm curious, as a senior DIA officer, as you were specializing on truly strategic threats, you weren't focused on Vanuatu or Belgium, you were focused on the Russian Federation.
If you had said in the space of six weeks that this threat will last three days, And then you said it could last years or decades.
Would something negative have happened to you if you'd said that in the space of six weeks?
Would there have been consequences for Rebecca Coffley if you'd so changed your mind?
Well, because it's a government, I probably wouldn't have been fired, but I would never be invited to brief senior officials, you know.
As you know, I've briefed the White House, I've briefed the Pentagon, CIA, DIA, direct as NATO.
And so they probably, I would be in the downstairs writing on some.
You'd be in the basement.
You'd be in the basement of the DIA.
So just to remind you guys, that's Mark Milley who said three days, Kiev's going to fall in three days.
Six weeks later he said, well, years.
Maybe not decades, but definitely years.
That's the disgrace to the U.S. Army uniform.
That fat general who should have resigned after Afghanistan but didn't.
Okay, let's talk about a couple of things you said previously, that Russia is even more dangerous.
It may have a small GDP in comparison to the Soviet Union.
It may have a smaller territory.
But its doctrine has changed.
One thing people forget, that I commented on early on, is under the Cold War, nuclear weapons were in the control of the Politburo and the Central Committee.
So the Communist Party had a very tight control of nuclear weapons.
Well, the Politburo and the Communist Party doesn't exist anymore, and nuclear weapons are actually in the control of the Russian military.
So, in what other ways is it more dangerous than it was before?
Because the Soviet Union may have invaded Afghanistan, but it hasn't done all the things that we have witnessed in the last, what, 21 years?
How long has Putin been in power?
20 years?
21 years?
Since 2000, yes.
Since 2000.
Right, so explain why it's potentially even more dangerous.
It's dangerous because during the Cold War, nuclear weapons mostly played a psychological role, right?
It was mad, mutually assured destructions.
Both sides understood the danger of actually using this weapon because you could, you know, eliminate the entire world, the entire planet.
This time around, what Putin was doing, because of the conventional superiority that the United States and NATO forces enjoy—our weaponry is just superior, right?
Our persistent strike weaponry, you know, so, so accurate.
It's like, you know, it's more accurate than a surgeon's, you know, scalpel.
So Putin's weaponry is not traditionally as accurate.
It does the job, but what he decided to do, they developed a low yield nuclear warhead.
That they threatened to detonate on the territory of Ukraine or anywhere in Europe.
And they had an exercise, didn't they?
They had a military exercise, what, like six or seven years ago, which involved Byelorussia, Poland and actually the end of the exercise had Russian use of tactical nukes on the soil of Poland.
They simulated pretty routinely dropping a low yield because it's not the same.
It would be like one-third of the one that we dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, right?
Low fallout, but the idea is to dislodge the adversary psychologically and compel them to abandon the fight.
So, guess who understood that philosophy and tried to counter Putin?
Former President Donald Trump.
He authorized the development of our own capability to basically pull the rug from under Putin's doctrine.
Well, what does Biden do?
Joe Biden decides to cancel our own development of the low-yield law.
And that is why it is more dangerous, this doctrine, because it is more battlefield-ready.
It's no longer just a psychological weapon.
It's not a strategic-level, end-of-the-world thing.
It's something that can actually be, horrifically, but can actually be used, because it's a lower threshold.
Exactly.
And this is why Biden was afraid.
You know, remember in the beginning when he was asked what would be the punishment, you know, for Putin if he actually does invade, you know, Ukraine.
And he said, well, it depends on what kind of incursion, the small incursion.
It's because Putin instilled fear.
Exactly.
Exactly.
The book is Putin's Playbook.
Please follow Rebecca Kuffler.

Rebecca, the latest developments from Europe are quite amusing.
To see, for example, Germany.
I remember in the 1970s and 80s, I remember as a kid, my parents taking me to Germany and seeing all the... They had a symbol, it was like the sun and it was a smiley face and it had no nuclear written in German.
So the anti-nuclear energy, anti-nuclear weapons thing has been around for ages.
And now suddenly they want to say, no, nuclear energy is green and we need to have more nuclear energy because Russia has a big spigot and a big tap and they can turn this thing off.
Allegedly, Europe is planning to go without Russian energy within a few years' time.
I don't believe it.
When you look at countries like Austria, Hungary, even Ukraine, that get a large amount of their natural gas from Russia, Russia still has a great power over them, doesn't it?
And it will do for the foreseeable future.
Regretfully, yes.
Russia has tremendous leverage.
Germany may be saying it right now.
You know, what's the temperature?
It's still summer, right?
As we are nearing winter, they're going to change their tune.
Because Putin definitely is going to use that energy weapon that he has to dial up and dial down the flows of both oil and gas, right?
Because that is his premier weapon.
Remember, Putin looks not just at the battlefield, at the military component of this whole war.
In fact, they begin that it is a total war.
Russia against the West, right?
But he's looking at it holistically, diplomatic, informational, military, economic, you know, spycraft, lawfare.
And unfortunately, our own, you know, administration, the Washington experts, they have two tricks, you know, in the bag.
They have economic sanctions that pretty much have backfired at us and at Europe because Russia and Putin are so adept at using that energy weapon.
And the second trick that we have is our superior military.
But what's happening right now, they're giving Ukraine just enough weaponry to keep this conflict going as a protracted battle because they're so afraid of Putin's nuclear trump card, but not enough weaponry for Ukraine to actually not only hold the line, but to reclaim that 20% of the territory.
And that's the stalemate that we have right now.
So somebody we know did things a little bit differently.
When we were in the White House, let me ask you again to put your Ushanka on, put on your Putin's hat and think like he does for a second.
How significant was it That President Trump, when we were in the White House, when he was stirring things up in Syria, told the Pentagon, OK, you found 200 Wagner Group Russian mercenaries in Syria.
Kill them, Secretary Mattis.
And when U.S.
forces actually killed more than 200 Russians in Syria, and Putin didn't react, how did it, what conclusions did he draw about President Trump?
Putin concluded that President Trump means business.
In other words, he's not a BSer, you know, unlike President Joe Biden.
So that definitely sends a signal.
He didn't think that Trump is afraid of him, did he?
No, it's the other way around.
Putin was afraid of Trump.
Yes, Trump never actually called Putin a killer or any of those things, but Putin is not afraid of words.
Which really happens.
I'm trying to remember when the left wing went crazy about, what was it, the Helsinki meeting, and they're saying, why don't you call him a killer in public?
I'm trying to remember which president, even during the Cold War, to the face of a Soviet leader, said you're a murderer.
I don't think anybody did.
Well, because there's no point, right?
Once you call them a murderer, you can't really deal with them, and you have to deal with the nuclear power.
But most importantly, Trump understood that Putin is afraid of action.
He was afraid when Trump authorized the offensive cyber operations against Russia and other foreign adversaries that dared to hack our network.
Putin understood that very well.
He understood when 300 Wagner mercenaries were killed, but right now all we have is talk, talk, talk, you know.
Well, and weak talk.
It's very mild talk.
It's not strong talk.
It's kind of, well, we'll see what kind of war it is.
That's what Biden said.
What kind of incursion?
Well, that's a green light.
Oh, he exactly green-lighted it.
Yes, and in fact he seeded the strategic initiative in this conflict because the Russians lined up everything.
There were standing up troops, military hardware, field hospitals, blood supplies, and somehow still Biden's diplomats were continuing to negotiate the so-called security guarantees, even though both sides knew they were unachievable.
I mean, you can't make this stuff up.
If you read in a Tom Clancy novel, you'd say, no, Tom, you've gone a little bit far this time.
Her website is RebeccaKoffler.com, that's R-E-B-E-K-A-H, Koffler, K-O-F-F-L-E-R, and the book is Putin's Playbook.
It is coming out in paperback next week.

All right, we're going to cram it all in.
I'm going to ask all the big questions.
You still have to get her book, Putin's playbook, but I'm going to ask the big questions here.
What is, because this is what, you know, when you do the SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, objectives, tactics of your enemy, you have to, you have to ask the question, what are they?
Planning.
What is the end state, the strategic objective for Putin?
If he can get away with it, what does he wish?
Because as far as I'm concerned, he doesn't want just a chunk of Ukraine.
If you listen to the speeches he's made about Poland and the Baltics, it's not just about Donetsk and Luhansk, but you're the expert.
What does Vladimir Putin want on the long term?
So right now he wants the whole thing.
And in fact, Foreign Minister Lavrov today announced that, well, the scope of the so-called special operations in Ukraine has expanded beyond the Donetsk and Luhansk, and now—he was literally naming, and he said, now we want Kherson, now we want Zaporozhye, but really?
He wants the whole thing.
He does not want to control it in the sense that make Ukraine part of Russia, right?
Because Ukraine right now is a basket case.
Ukraine is economically so weak.
The United States is basically, you know, pumping up so much aid.
We have provided in the Five months alone, we provided more aid in terms of traditional foreign aid and security assistance to Ukraine in weaponry, more than during five years in Afghanistan, right?
During the Biden administration alone, we provided $8 billion and Congress has already approved additional $54 billion.
Right, so Putin understands that he doesn't want this basket case, but what he wants, he wants a puppet regime in Kiev that will not join NATO, will not continue... He wants something like Belorussia.
Exactly, yes.
He wants a fake...
You got it.
Are you surprised that he didn't manage to decapitate Zelensky?
Oh, by the way, guys, I haven't mentioned this in weeks.
If you go to our web page, it's one of the hottest selling items at the beginning of the war.
Let's show them some love in Ukraine.
This is the t-shirt we had made with the president of Ukraine, his message to Biden.
I don't need a ride.
I need Ammunition.

This is their revolution and we should be supporting them to fight it for themselves.
That's S-E-V-G-O-R-K-A store.com.
Rebecca, are you surprised that they didn't manage to decapitate Kiev?
I am surprised.
I'm surprised and that is pretty much a credit to Zelensky.
Zelensky has exhibited tremendous will to fight.
His security services are outstanding because remember the Wagner group and the Kandyrovtsy are on the hunt to this day.
The mercenaries are looking.
Yes, because the easiest thing for It would be if they were able to have Zelensky assassinated and install their own puppet government.
And also he's been incredibly good at information operations.
I mean in comparison to Putin looks like a guy who doesn't even know what the internet is in comparison to Zelensky.
I know, isn't it amazing?
Zelensky is basically, you know, he is playing a very, very sophisticated game and he is using his talents as an actor.
Remember, he is very, very talented and so he is able just to like press the right buttons, you know, he is putting, you know, Congress into tears, you know, when he gives his speeches.
United Nations, yes.
And, you know, good for him.
His country is under attack.
He needs everything that we could possibly get.
But we need to remember that Ukraine's national interests and U.S.
national interests are not one and the same either.
Yes, we want everybody to live in a democracy.
We want Ukrainians, we want Afghanis, but the fact of the matter remains is Ukraine is still a corrupt country.
It's not a perfect case, you know, a perfect candidate for the Jeffersonian-style democracy.
And in fact, all this weaponry that we're providing, we're now depleting our own weapons supplies.
Exactly.
And we have other, you know, major threats.
We got China.
We got Iran.
So we need to look really holistically.
And unfortunately, President Biden, you know, he fails to understand the principle rule of strategy.
You don't push adversaries closer together and allies away, because Russia and China are now cooperating, Russia and North Korea, Russia and Iran, you know, and Russia and Saudi Arabia.
Because remember how Biden was thumbing his nose at Saudi Arabia because of the Khashoggi jail.
But then he needed some cheap oil, so he went on bended knee to the Hejaz to ask for some cheap oil.
Rebecca, what do we do with all these reports?
He looks a little heavy, but this guy isn't insane.
Putin isn't under the effect of steroids or anabolic steroids.
I mean, this is a guy who is doing what he's been planning to do for 30 years, correct?
Absolutely correct.
No, he's not insane.
He's very rational.
It's just that his thinking is KGB.
KGB Colonel.
He's not like a John Kerry or a Kirby or Jake Sullivan or any of those.
But they don't get that.
What is the status of society in Russia today?
I imagine that the control of the Internet and media is at almost 100% when it comes to the war, correct?
Absolutely, yes.
It worries me.
Russia is basically reverting into the Soviet-style authoritarian state that it used to be when I was growing up there.
Crafted taxes, mass media, controlled information.
Exactly.
We were listening, you know, to Voice of America and Radio Free Europe, Radio Liberty, but we were not allowed to.
We did that, you know, being afraid, yes, just to get the truth.
And so right now it's going back to that, you know, type of rigid, rigid control.
And anybody who disagrees, prison or disappeared, correct?
Yeah, yeah.
So the idea of some kind of opposition that's going to replace him?
No, no.
It's just not viable.
That's just not how things work in Russia.
I mean, his approval rating is still at 82-83%.
Wow.
I mean, because the Russians believe that Ukraine truly belongs to Russia.
Because remember, it's centuries and centuries of history.
And you can't rewrite all of that.
Even if you know the real history, which is that Rus, the heartland, the Ukrainian state existed before the Duchy of Moscow or Russia was created.
So if anybody had an excuse to invade somebody, it would have been Ukraine invading Russia.
You know, KGB colonels get to make up history.
We're talking to Rebecca Koffler.
The book is Putin's playbook.
Get it now.
It also is available paperback next week.

Final question, Rebecca.
If there's no nascent or even functioning internal resistance, if there's no palace coup, if some hardliners, or if there's no oligarchs who want to get rid of Putin, I still have to ask you, he's not going to live forever.
What happens after Putin?
A family.
He has, I think, a daughter by somebody or a girlfriend or what have you.
Yeltsin disappeared after Putin promised not to prosecute him and his family.
Is there going to be just somebody anointed?
Medvedev, I understand, is an alcoholic now.
He doesn't function.
So is Putin going to anoint somebody who's going to protect him and his family like Yeltsin is protected before he died?
What is your possible scenario for after Putin?
That's exactly how it works.
The Russian Constitution does not have a provision for a peaceful transition of power, right?
That's how things work in Russia.
Not the administration, but basically the palace, the Kremlin stooges, are all watching for Putin to actually anoint and select somebody.
And my analysis right now is that it is Nikolai Patrushev who will take over if Putin were to slip on a cabbage peel, or go under the knife for surgery, or actually if he decides to call it quits, which I don't really anticipate.
Putin has the type of personality that he's going to basically stay there until the end, possibly until 2036.
And who is this Patrushev?
Oh, Patrushev is the head of Russian Security Council, which is a rough equivalent.
The role that he has is the rough equivalent of U.S.
National Security Advisor.
But a little bit different from Jake Sullivan.
I can imagine.
That will be the subject for our next discussion.
I think the Russian Federation's NSA National Security Advisor Yeah, probably a little bit different from the... What was it Rush Limbaugh used to call Adam Schiff?
The pencil neck.
Yes, the pencil neck Jake Sullivan.
Alright, we've had too much fun.
We're out of time, guys.
You know what to do.
