Thank you.
Welcome, dear friends.
It is fabulous to be back in the chair in front of the microphone.
You are listening to America First with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
Many, many thanks to those who sat in the chair while I was traveling to God's country, the North Country, to New Hampshire.
Jim Hansen, thank you.
And also Congressman Doug Collins for stepping into the breach.
But it's good to be back.
I have stories to tell about our celebrations of July 4th and an amazing group of patriots I met yesterday in Grafton County where I gave a little speech and then took as my wife actually agreed with me and she is a harsh critic some of the best Questions I've ever taken.
I have spoken literally hundreds, if not thousands, no, if I add my lectures to the military thousands of times, best questions I ever got were last night at this, um, it was the GOP but these guys were real true MAGA.
So much to discuss today, have an amazing roster of guests after.
How long, Mr. G, how long have we been trying to get one of today's guests on the show?
How long has it been?
At least a year.
At least a year.
I think he's right.
I'm very excited about it.
Gina Carano.
Yes, Gina Carano, former MMA fighter, the actress, the movie star who was summarily fired by Disney for telling the truth on her Instagram page, will be with us.
We will be joined by also our good buddy on the West Coast, Warrior Princess extraordinaire Jennifer Horne, Trish Regan on the state of the Biden economy, and A whole hour.
You don't want to miss a minute, a nanosecond, of the latest updates on the January 6th political prisoners from Julie Kelly herself.
That is the 101, this afternoon, 5 Eastern.
Make sure you are subscribed to our channel.
Go to Spotify, plug in my name, America First, Sebastian Gorka, and never, ever miss an episode.
You want to hear the latest from Julie Kelly, another fearless warrior.
But let's start at the beginning.
Let's talk about what happened in Highland Park during that July 4th parade.
Again, it's the Daily Mail that has all the information.
They just flood the zone with money and bodies and they get scoops that nobody else does.
We are being told that this was a MAGA supporter.
I'll tell you the truth about his relationship to the America First agenda.
But here are the details of Robert Bobby Crimmo III.
Why do they always have these strange names?
Peculiar.
In September of 2019, the Illinois State Police received a quote A clear and present danger report related to Bobby Crimmo's family after the young man threatened to kill himself and his family.
They went to the home.
They removed a dozen knives which were later returned, all according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Crimmo, who was 19 at the time, was not arrested for threatening to kill his family.
He was given two years under the legal age minimum to apply for the firearms owner's identification card needed to obtain a weapon.
So they did nothing to stop him.
Despite the murder-suicide threats, The next year, January 2020.
Krimo's father sponsored him for an FOID card.
That is, a firearms owner ID card, which is required in Illinois.
In Illinois, you don't have a constitutional right to a weapon, to buy one, to defend yourself.
You have to apply for a state firearm owner's identity card.
And he was sponsored by his father because he was under the age of 21.
Officials have said that they approved the permit because, quote, there was insufficient basis to deem Krimo dangerous.
So the year before, he says, I'm going to kill myself and my whole family.
The police were called out.
Nighs were confiscated from the home.
But there was, quote, insufficient basis to deem Krimo as dangerous.
That meant that he was legally able to buy the weapon under Illinois statute that he used in the Tuesday Massacre.
Now, after the murders he committed, he faces life in prison after being charged by the Illinois State Attorney's Office with seven counts of first-degree murder.
Lake County State Attorney Eric Reinhart says Cremo faces dozens of other charges related to the people he also injured.
If ever there were a justification for capital punishment for the death penalty, it would be this, do you not think?
But of course, Illinois doesn't have the death penalty.
Police first on Tuesday said that Bobby Cremo is unknown to us.
Later?
Why is it always later we find out the truth?
They admitted that he had been interviewed twice by law enforcement in 2019.
The first was in April, a week after he threatened to kill himself.
The second was in September, after he threatened to quote, kill everyone in his family.
Quote, kill everyone in his family.
At the time, when they went to his house, police recovered, sorry, my apologies, not 12, Mayor Kolpa was wrong, 16 knives and a dagger and a sword from his home, but he was not arrested.
Instead, he was able to turn 21, buy the assault rifles, along with three other weapons, And it remains, this is a quote from the Daily Mail, quote, it remains unclear why the two previous incidents were not flagged when he legally purchased the weapons.
Now I've watched the product of his YouTube channel That has been deleted.
He called himself the rapper Awake.
That's why he had a hat with a letter A on it.
He's not some member of Antifa that we know of.
He called himself Awake.
That is why he had the letter A on his hat.
And I watched the quote-unquote music videos that he posted there that have been salvaged by others.
And there are a couple of images I want to share with you.
We're going to put them up as buffers on the screen when they're ready.
But first let me read to you some lyrics from one of his songs.
Where am I going?
I don't know.
And I don't care.
There is no past or future.
Just the now.
I need to leave now.
I just need to do it.
Nothing can stop me.
Not even myself.
But there was no indication that he'd do anything.
Not posting drawings of himself shooting police officers in the video.
Not posting pictures of himself lying in a pool of blood with a rifle next to him.
No, no, no, no.
This is, uh, the problem is the gun here.
Not the fact that he threatened to kill his home family, kill himself, and then, uh, die in a shootout with police and then post it on YouTube.
Our YouTube channel gets terminated because a guest says, there are many people who have issues with the results of the last election.
But Bobby Cremo, I'm going to kill everybody!
No, his YouTube channel is fine.
That is the state of the world today in America.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Our phone number here is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Guaranteed that you never miss a minute.
Go to Spotify, subscribe, plug in my name, Sebastian Gorka, America First.

Stay here with us on the Salem Network.
Okay.
Did you send it to my Gmail?
I'm not seeing it.
Oh, let's have a look where it went.
I checked my spam too, just in case.
Nothing in there.
If you don't get it, you just talk in my ear.
Right, yeah.
I thought I did let you know I didn't have it when you mentioned it.
No, I just saw you shaking your head.
Oh, okay.
Oh, my mic probably wasn't on.
Try it again.
There you go, John.
Alright, I've sent it now, hopefully you'll get it.
Why is it... It's weird, it's not popping up in the sent column.
Is there, like, a loading bar, like, just constantly loading, like, with tech messages?
No.
I was having that problem in the studio yesterday.
Are you on the CELM Wi-Fi?
In here?
No, not on my phone, no.
I'm on it on my phone, and it works fine for me.
Yeah, I know, that's what I mean.
My phone doesn't work very good without the Wi-Fi here.
Add that Wi-Fi.
Yeah.
Like yesterday, when I was sending screenshots of the call board to Collins, they were constantly taking forever to send.
Do you want Alfredo?
Uh.
Um, not yet.
This isn't going across.
I don't know why it's not loading.
Geoff, is Mike still going out over the video?
We're not doing that anymore?
Why not?
But you said we're going to play those trailers now, right?
Are you ready?
How are you going to play a trailer now?
Yeah, if you're ready.
Are you ready with the trailers?
No, well not now because we're trying to get these pictures.
Yeah, if you're ready you can play.
People like to start to be honest with you right now.
For whatever reason.
Hang on.
All right.
Alfredo?
Yeah, I'm here, Seb.
How are you?
Good, good, good, good.
Are you on a cell phone?
I am on a cell phone.
You don't have an office line?
I do not.
I'm actually traveling.
All right.
Can you just hold it an extra inch from from your mouth?
Yep.
Is this okay?
Yeah, that's better.
All right, so we'll talk about gas.
We'll talk about the EPA and the Great Opportunity Project.
All right?
Okay.
Sounds great.
Good.
Or do you want to talk about the Rock the Woke instead?
No, let's do the Great Opportunity Project.
Okay.
I think that's fine.
Yep.
Good.
Do you want to hit a little bit on inflation too?
Yes, absolutely.
All right.
That's perfect.
All right, stand by for 40 seconds.
Stand by.
Alright.
Still not seeing it yet, but I'll keep an eye out.
It's weird.
I've said it now, like, four times.
Huh.
Maybe it is the Wi-Fi, I don't know.
Are you on the Wi-Fi?
I'm not.
I'm sending it regular.
Add that, because my phone doesn't work here.
Okay.
Okay.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
I was so... It's bad because I was with my whole family, but as news was... Oh, lines are erupting.
Don't forget 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
I was with my whole family.
It was great.
We shot off more fireworks than I've ever shot off before.
It was fabulous.
Burgers, hot dogs, steak, porterhouse, my favorite.
But when the news is happening thick and fast, I want to be back here with you guys.
I want to be sharing My thoughts and hearing your thoughts as well.
So thank you to Jim.
Thank you to Doug.
But it's good to be back in front of the microphone.
I'm also super excited.
I want my family to come back to me.
It's gonna be another week.
But I'm super excited to be traveling.
With you to the Holy Land later this year, 10 days November and December.
It's our Stand With Israel tour.
Have you booked your tickets?
I'm going with Dinesh D'Souza, his lovely wife Debbie, and my muse Katie Gorka.
Join us for the trip of a lifetime.
Reserve your tickets.
I'm not vaccinated and I'm going because Israel has dropped all their COVID requirements.
Let's go and have some fun together.
Let's walk where our Lord and Savior walked the earth.
Call 855-565-5519 or just go to StandWithIsraelTour.com. That's 855-565-5519. StandWithIsraelTour.com. StandWithIsraelTour.com.
All right.
We can't ignore what is happening to the economy.
Where do we even begin to discuss the disaster of the last 16 months?
Let's talk to the man himself, the head honcho at the Job Creators Network, Alfredo Ortiz.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you very much, Seb.
Glad to be back as always.
So, I'm going to let you pick, okay?
I'm just the guy with the voice, with the accent.
You're the expert.
Should we start?
Should we talk about gas prices?
Should we talk about the recent Supreme Court decision on the EPA and what it means?
for cutting back regulation or your great opportunity project or inflation.
Let's start.
OK, let me choose inflation.
I don't believe that it's at 11 or 8 or 10 percent.
If gas has gone up 100 percent, somebody is hiding something, Alfredo, aren't they?
Yeah, well, it's a little bit of the kind of the calculation that's used.
And, you know, right now it's about 8.6 percent inflation.
And, you know, the rate that is slowing down somewhat.
But I'll tell you this much.
I actually think this is a very, very momentary blip.
I think it's going to start going up.
I'll tell you why.
China has basically now lifted all of their COVID restrictions, which means increased demand on a global basis of goods and services again.
And so I think we're going to see an uptick yet again on inflation.
So we may have a temporary slowdown of it, but it's not going to last long at all.
All right.
Talk to us about gas prices.
Talk about the question that was asked by the man in the White House recently.
Do you remember what the economy was like when I took office?
Your reaction.
Do you remember?
Does your memory go back a year and a half, Alfredo?
I mean, you know, this guy cannot make it any easier for us.
I have to tell you.
I mean, that was like teed up as bad as good as it can for us, because I definitely remember what it was like.
And that was one heck of an economy that was rolling.
It was rocking.
You know, we obviously got hit with COVID, but you know, thank goodness we had the Trump administration there in place to come up with a vaccine to get it out the door.
And that's why we were.
we were having that economic boom post-COVID.
But, of course, we all know what Biden did day one, a complete, utter attack on the domestic energy production, starting with the cancellation of the XL pipeline.
And then it just got worse from there.
And now you have basically Biden and the rest of the administration basically saying, ah, get used to it.
I know it's kind of tough.
We're in this transition phase.
Transition phase, there are only like 3 million electric cars out there when you have like 160 million other vehicles that are gas-powered.
I mean, this is not going to be an overnight thing, first of all.
And we can't even get batteries for the actual electric cars as it is.
But they're telling the consumer, ah, don't worry about it.
I know prices are high.
Hang in there.
I mean, unbelievable, completely out of touch.
Fredo, a lot of people are saying that the decision regarding the EPA from the Supreme Court last week is huge.
It has ramifications for the whole Chevron aspect of the regulatory state.
Others are saying slow down, it's not that exciting.
How do you at the Job Creators Network look at that decision out of the Supreme Court?
It is huge.
Seb, if you remember, we sued the Department of Labor and OSHA's Department of Labor office on the whole vaccine mandate for small businesses or any business over 100 employees or more.
That was actually almost, I would say, about the same in terms of equally important, because here's what it did.
It literally said, the decision there, the opinion basically was, if you do not have the direct authority granted to you by Congress, you cannot be unelected bureaucrats starting to create legislation that doesn't exist.
And using these agencies, basically, And the regulatory state, the administrative state, to basically circumvent Congress.
And this is what the Biden agenda was all about.
And so, you know, whether it was the decision on our case, whether it was the EPA case, as far as I'm concerned, the days of Biden using the administrative state to circumvent Congress, those days are quickly, quickly coming to an end.
Lastly, we're talking to Alfredo Ortiz, CEO and President of the Job Creators Network.
Talk to us about your Great Opportunity Project and also what I see, this danger, Alfredo, is this bifurcation of the American economy, where we're going to have states that are run by Republicans, like Texas and Florida, where the economy is going to flourish, and other states run by Democrats, where they're just running them into the ground.
Is that our future as a republic?
Well, you know, hopefully not as bad, because hopefully Americans will wake up that are in those blue states and they'll start voting red.
Because that's the only way, frankly, that we're not going to have that bifurcation that you're talking about.
Just yesterday, actually, Seb, the Wall Street Journal came out with a great poll and a piece on the differences in the economy between the red states and blue states.
And that's actually what the Great Opportunity Project is all about.
It actually highlights the great differences that do exist.
And fortunately for those that live in red states like I do, we had the opportunity to have a great Republican governor lead us to a position where they balance the health of their constituents with the health of their economy.
And the blue states, though, were disastrous.
And if it hadn't been for the blue states, excuse me, for the red states, right, I don't think we'd be in the position right now even from an economic standpoint.
You said that we had a 1.6% decrease in GDP the first quarter.
The Atlantic Fed now just revised their estimate within the past day or so to negative 2.1%.
That means what?
It means we are in a technical recession now.
This is something that I've been saying probably since March.
We're shrinking.
It's not only going to be a recession, it's going to be stagflation.
Yeah.
We're going to talk about stagflation later with Trish Regan.
You do not want to miss her.
Last 60 seconds we have with you, Alfredo.
Give us some good news.
We, with the right leadership, with the right leadership on Capitol Hill in the White House, We can turn these things around, can we not?
Well, the best thing I can probably leave people with is November's around the corner.
Yeah.
And we feel pretty good about the House changing hands, which thank goodness.
You know, the Senate's going to be a little tough, as you know.
But, you know, as long as we take one of these branches, you know, back, we can stop the madness.
All right, stop the madness by supporting his efforts and his great team at the Job Creators Network.
Check out thegreatopportunityproject.com.
That's thegreatopportunityproject.com.
And also my favorite little initiative called rockofthewoke.com.
They've heard from the crazy minority of radical leftists.
Let them hear your voice.
Real America's Voice, the people that built America, the small and medium-sized business owners and employees.
That's rockthewoke.com and the Great Opportunity Project.
Thank you, Alfredo.
Back with Gina Carano.
Is she Skyping?
Can you kill the mics?
Oh, is she Skyping?
Yes.
Can you kill the mics?
All right.
Jeff, give us a moment.
I want to come.
I'm going to tee up Stallone. - I'm sorry.
Yeah.
Introduce our guest.
And then cut nine.
And then, and then the, uh, the ad cut.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Then the cut eight.
All right.
And I might come out of that early cause it's long.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Forgot about that one.
All right.
And you want to just post that Ortiz thing to Vimeo?
Yes.
already you you you you
you you you you you you
you you you you you you you you you you
you you you you you you you you you you you
you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard, good.
Thank you.
Yes, indeed.
So thoughtful of him.
Such a nice guy to ask me how my show's going.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Another nice guy.
I had dinner with him not too long ago in D.C.
is the man, the legend himself, Sly Stallone.
And we are wishing you a very, very happy birthday.
76 today.
I don't believe it for a millisecond.
Also, my muse, Katie.
Happy birthday, if you're listening.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First, and let's just have a little reminder of what made that man so great.
Play cut!
I just want to say one thing to my wife at home.
Yo Adrian, I did it!
Yo Adrian, from one fake warrior who's good at playing warriors, To a real warrior.
We've been waiting.
More than a year.
She's harder to get on the show than my old boss, President Trump.
But we got her.
Hook, line, and sinker.
And somebody called Mubi.
Gina Carano!
Come on down.
Thank you so much for having us.
Hey, Mooby.
That's Mooby, right?
Moonby, yeah.
We're going to make your dog famous as well.
Oh, look at that lovely profile.
Very impressive.
Gina, so excited to have you on the show.
Former MMA fighter, movie heroine.
I Caught You in Haywire, an amazing movie.
I don't know if we have images of that.
And now you're in a brand new Daily Wire production with our buddy Nick Circe.
Let's give a little teaser.
Tease to our millions of listeners and viewers across the nation of Terror on the Prairie.
You know who I am.
I have no doubt that God will forgive you.
But I hate God.
Let's leave the rest for you guys to watch.
You gotta subscribe to Daily Wire.
You gotta follow this lady on Twitter.
Gina Carano, at Gina Carano, saw you at the premiere.
You got very emotional.
Tell us about the movie and why you got so emotional.
Oh, I've just... I think I've just been emotional all my life.
But it's kind of like the closure.
This movie coming out is kind of the closure of...
being canceled publicly attacked on so many different levels by so many huge corporations and the mob of course And then so when this movie came out it just feels like okay, it's out that's the that's the closure and I'm ready to move on and move forward and It was it was so nice the way it happened The movie is great.
The people that are a part of it are so proud.
It just feels like a really good, pure way to close out this cancellation drama.
Has taken over my life.
But I wasn't even going to mention it, because I wanted to be discreet.
But you brought it up.
We'll talk about that a little bit more.
But it's not closing out.
This is for you.
This is a vindication, is it not?
You're back.
You're bold.
You're bigger than ever.
You've got your amazing, amazing reputation from the Mandalorian.
So you have been vindicated by great people, such as, I mean, Nick Circe, who's really a nice guy.
I mean, he looks scary on the big screen.
But deep down, he's a nice guy, isn't he?
He's a gem.
He's the easiest, like, I mean, when his audition tape came across the desk, I was like, are you kidding me?
This is our guy.
You know, in a Western, you need somebody to carry that.
I mean, I think almost more than the main people, you have to You have to carry that bad guy role and those outlaws.
And he was so great at it.
And in person he's just... Don't let him fool you on Twitter, by the way.
He is just a butterball of love.
The sweetest person.
I love him.
Yeah, if you read his Twitter, that's the real Nick Siss.
It's a little bit different than a butterball of love.
Give us a little flavor.
Everybody needs to go and see it.
But what is the story about?
Just in, you know, 60 seconds.
It's just about this couple and their kids, Hattie McAllister and Jeb McAllister, and they go out and they're homesteading in the middle of Montana from St.
Louis, and there's friction.
She's not feeling like she wants to be there, her kids are upset, her relationship's in trauma, and then her husband goes into town and then the outlaws kind of show up and it's just her Her kids and how you get out.
How do you get through that situation?
But what's really beautiful is it's just really a classic Western in my opinion.
Very still, very quiet.
There's not a lot of music and we just let the performances kind of speak for themselves and the story kind of just lives and it's just it feels pure.
In the movie Tear From The Prairie, Gina is...
Invincible?
In real life, she is uncancellable.

Follow her at Gina Carano.
Watch her new movie, Terror on the Prairie.
Why?
Because she is America.
Even when she's in a sci-fi opera fantasy, she has that indomitable spirit.
Here's a little clip from a certain show that used to be good before she left.
And I'm not in the mood to play soldier anymore.
Especially fighting some local warlord.
He's not a local warlord.
He's Imperial.
I'm in.
I'm in.
Fighting bad guys?
I'm in.
That's her attitude from inside the ring.
It's her attitude in Hollywood.
It's her attitude every day as an American.
You brought it up in the last segment.
I didn't.
I was too much of a gentleman.
That's alright.
Your dog can be noisy.
That's fine.
We love canines here.
She's growling at my cat who's trying to creep up.
Well, that's fine.
Dogs growling at cats, it's fine.
As long as they don't lie down together.
Look, Gina, you brought it up.
You said that it was very traumatic what Disney did to you.
I just want to remind everybody that you were cancelled because you spoke the truth.
I said it here on the show it happened, the day it happened, that what you posted on Instagram was a fact.
That when the extermination of the Jews or the Holocaust started, it began by dehumanizing your neighbor.
What they did to you was proof of exactly that.
They dehumanized you.
I've got to ask you, big picture, Are Americans sooner or later going to have enough of this dehumanizing of the other?
Do you feel optimistic?
You yourself are victorious with your new movie, Terror on the Prairie, but how do you feel given the big picture?
Well, I think that we're just gonna have to, you know, I think everybody's really exhausted with the hate.
I think a lot of people are just The majority, I would say.
We're just tired of the hate.
We're tired of the division.
And once we, you know, the media and everybody, they're just going to keep stoking that fire and they're going to keep trying to push those buttons until, you know, those buttons can't be pushed anymore.
And we kind of come together as a people and we kind of start pointing our focus to what the real problems are and what the politicians and what the corporations have really gotten away with in the last, you know, two and a half years.
I mean, there's going to be documentaries of this time.
It's going to be such a sad time, I think, of how, you know, you think that that kind of stuff doesn't happen anymore, you know, when you think that we've learned from history and I don't think that we really have.
I think that they let enough generations go past and then They get into the minds of the younger group and they kind of start mind manipulating them in such an awful way that just turns, you know, neighbor against neighbor.
Like as what's what I was saying from the beginning is if we don't start looking at each other with each other's differences, like it's okay.
It's okay to have different thoughts and different beliefs.
It's okay.
If you're a little bit old fashioned or if you're just completely new school, just don't force it on everyone else.
When you start forcing your beliefs and your ideas on other people, And it's that way or the highway.
I think that we've just really gotten to a very dangerous... And then, of course, the government and the corporations are taking full advantage of us.
So I think as soon as people are sick of that, which I think we all are, then I think that there'll be change.
Until then, there's just going to be opportunists taking their opportunity whenever they can get it.
The rest of us, the healthy ones, are going to thrive, and the people that are going to have a little bit tougher time are the mentally ill.
Thicker ones.
Do you think that Tom Cruise's Top Gun Maverick making a billion dollars in four weeks with no political correctness, no wokery, just a really rocking good story, should we celebrate that?
Is that indication that there may be, I mean, is the industry too woke to realize what's good for them?
No, I think that they just put their whole foot in their mouth the last two and a half years so they're slowly taking the foot out of the mouth and they're starting to make it seem like it's all okay that they just demonized all these people.
Um, just for thinking differently, or having old-fashioned values, or just conservative values.
I think that we should definitely celebrate art in any form that, um, you know, Top Gun, or I just watched the other day, it's called Dog, with, um, my friend Channing Tatum's in it, and it's like, there's no, there is a place, like, you know, all these companies didn't have to just say, it's this way or that, you know, they could have, like, made it to where there's You know, there's all sorts of real inclusion, you know, so it didn't have to go this way, but I think that they're starting to hopefully figure that out just by what people are doing.
They're voting with their dollars, they're voting with their attention, and they're just all around sick of the propaganda and the gross advantage that they've been taking on human beings.
Now, one of your co-stars from your new movie, Turn the Prairie, whispered in my ear that you don't like giving interviews because it makes you nervous.
And I find that hard to believe.
As a woman who stood up to the woke giants, that can't be true.
I mean, just having a little interview with me can't make you nervous.
Is this fake news, Gina Carano?
Well, no, it's very real.
That's probably why it took a year to get me on.
I just, you know, I really am introverted.
I really represent a part of America that's introverted.
We like to mind our own business.
We want to do our own jobs.
We want to let people do theirs.
You know, whatever you want to do with your life, that's fine.
But just let me do mine.
And when I saw that so many people like me were holding their breath, you know, for the 2020 election, and they were holding their breath, you know, with questions that were Okay to ask then it really bothered me then that's when my blood gets hot That's when I start saying something is when I feel like a big group of people are just being bullied into silence Yeah.
And so that's why I started speaking up.
And now it's like, I do still get nervous.
I do just want to do art.
I don't want to be a politician.
But I will say that the right time to speak up is when you feel like your country is in danger and that we should be fighting this battle.
I shouldn't leave this to my nieces.
We need to fight this battle because they're going to have to deal with their own.
You know, maybe there is a chance that we, like, are able to buy America, you know, 25 more years of, you know, amazing... until this agenda comes back around.
Maybe this will be an awakening instead of a reset?
I love it.
Stay on the line.
I want to chat with you in the break.
An awakening, not a reset.
You may not be interested in politics, but I know tens of millions of Americans who would have voted for you.
We want to praise you for what you did, standing up to the mob.
It's a minority, but it is a loud, powerful minority, but you showed the way.
God bless you, Gina Carano.
Stay on the line.
The number, the account is at Gina Carano.
The movie is the Daily Wire's new Terror on the Prairie.

This is America First.
This is America First.
This is America First.
This is America First.
She had a couple of strong phrases in there.
Let me go back and have a look.
This is America First.
You're listening to America First with the indispensable immigrant, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
I like that, thank you.
Mr. G, what do you think?
Was it worth the wait?
How'd she do?
Liked it.
It was good.
Yeah, she's a trooper.
She's not disappearing anytime soon.
Let's go to somebody else who's a trooper who's been waiting for a flipping hour.
He's so committed.
John, South Carolina!
So, our hero who was absent without leave decides to come back.
Hey, come on!
A little family time.
A little family time.
Ah, yeah, okay.
Well, you can do it over the weekend or in the evenings or any number of other things.
It's good to be back.
Listen, Doug Collins is probably upset right now because somebody tried to blow up the Georgia Guidestones in Elberton, Georgia, which is about 40 minutes from my house.
Give us the details, John.
The Georgia Guidestones are widely considered the, shall we say, the Stonehenge of America.
These are the ones that have writing on them, right?
Yeah, well they have all sorts of bizarre writing on them.
But nobody knows where they came from.
Well, presumably they came from Ted Turner.
There are a lot of people who think that Ted Turner did it.
Basically, people like Alex Jones have been trying to say for a long time that those guidestones just confirm The population limit, that's right.
of people wanting to maintain the population.
That's right.
Yeah, the population limit.
There's a limit or some kind of secret code.
And somebody tried to blow them up, John?
About seven, excuse me, about four this morning, some people in that general area heard an explosion or something, and then the local police and then the Georgia Bureau of Investigation got out there and said that a substantial amount of it was destroyed.
But I I guess they just didn't like the Sanskrit written on it.
They just didn't understand what the Sanskrit was.
It was supposedly erected in 79, and my dad and I went to see it in 80.
So we got over there and looked at it pretty thoroughly, and I had been trying to get over there.
Somewhere around the summer solstice, and I missed it this year, but supposedly they line up as accurately as Stonehenge does.
The thing about those, I watched a program about the guy's stones about a year ago.
They're really well made.
This isn't some guy in his garage with an axle grinder.
Oh, incredibly.
Yeah.
Elberton, Georgia, is well known as the granite capital of the world, and virtually every tombstone that you see comes from there.
So these people are expert over there.
All right.
But everything is granite in Elberton, actually.
I mean, it's almost bizarre.
We are out of time.
Next time I will file my leave request in triplicate with John to make sure that he doesn't give me the third degree when I'm back.
This is America First.
What a first hour that was!
Don't go anywhere, dear friends.
Brent, John, the number here, 833-3C-Grawker.
That's 833-334-6752.
We're going to check in with the West Coast next.
We're going to talk to Trish Regan as well.
This is America First, and I'm your host, Back in the chair, in front of the mic, Sebastian Gorka.
Back in the chair, in front of the mic, Sebastian Gorka.
He didn't make a whole movie on the Russiagate hoax.
It's all documented.
There was an illusion being created, using the most awesome tools and the greatest tricks that the American intelligence community had learned to use against our enemies.
Now it was being deployed against the American people and our president.
This is the biggest political scandal in modern history, which makes Watergate look like a tiff.
The FBI director has no credibility.
The left used to not trust the FBI, and now they love them.
This can happen to General Michael T. Flynn.
Imagine what they do to anybody who has a single strike against them.
35 Russian diplomats in the U.S.
expelled.
The prosecution of General Flynn wasn't a pursuit of criminal activity.
It was a setup.
Flynn actually had details.
So he was talking about going after people's budgets.
They were terrified.
Media didn't start as neutral.
Media hasn't been neutral all its life.
The two faces of Hillary Clinton are coming out.
The fact, through WikiLeaks, that she says one thing and...
Oh, no.
They worked hand-in-glove with Comey to try to delegitimize Trump.
They were not there to tell the truth.
A political dirty trick is being carried out by our intelligence community.
Honestly, none of us really know, sort of holistically, what to think about this dossier.
They went into Congress.
They said, there's nothing here.
Doesn't matter.
We'll keep going with FISA.
We'll keep going with the investigation.
And more importantly, we will go on TV, day in and day out, and lie to the American people to their face.
And nothing's going to happen to us.
The nation and all of our freedoms hang by a thread.
And the military apparatus of this country is about to be handed over to scum!
We're beholden to scum!
Russian scum!
We had not one person claim that they had or had seen evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians.
Devin Nunes was the hero in the forest.
He was alone.
He was mocked.
He was attacked.
Devin Nunes was subject to such scorn for saying the conclusions that we brought forth in that report, which all proved to be true.
Russiagate was a false story.
To target their political opposition.
To carry out their insurance policies.
I believe that this is a conspiracy.
These guys have perpetrated the greatest crime against the American people ever seen.
It was a coup d'etat.
This is how sick and twisted these people are.
I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S.
citizens involved in the Trump transition.
It was shocking to see some of the over-classification that was done to hide either corruption or abuse of authority and just to make sure certain agencies didn't look bad.
We have a peaceful transition of power process.
That's not what happened.
There were more meetings.
There were more leaks.
There were more attacks.
The thing that they were investigating the Trump campaign for is what they themselves were doing.
Not just the Democratic Party and their operatives, but also the FBI.
If I were writing about the time frame that we lived in, and that we're living in now, I would say it wasn't supposed to happen.
They weren't supposed to know.
The entire time this was going on, they thought this was going to be what sunk the Donald Trump presidency.
and they were just looking for the golden goose and they still haven't found it because it doesn't exist.
Judge Thomas, you solemnly swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth to help you God.
I do.
Please be seated.
When I was six, I wandered the streets by myself.
When I was six, I wandered the streets by myself.
You were hungry and didn't know when you'd eat.
Someplace in my life, the roads split off.
I had gone to the seminary.
I had gone to all-white school.
I was never gonna be a part of that world.
I was never gonna be white.
The problem is, I could never go back completely to the world I came from.
We're supposed to be revolutionaries.
We work for anybody who's kind of in your face.
I saw what I had become, lashing out at every single thing.
And then I asked God, if you take anger out of my heart, I'll never hate again.
And that was the beginning of the slow return to where I started.
I want my candidacy to unify our country.
I was under constant attack.
You're not really black because you're not doing what we expect black people to do.
I will nominate Judge Clarence Thomas to serve as Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
That's when all heck broke loose.
Judge Thomas began to use work situations to discuss sex.
We know exactly what's going on here.
This is the wrong black guy.
He has to be destroyed.
You really didn't matter.
What mattered was what they wanted.
So you'd still like to serve on the Supreme Court?
I'd rather die than withdraw from the process.
I wouldn't be able to say I lived up to my oath and did my best.
I wouldn't be able to say I lived up to my father.
Test, test, test.
One, two, one, two.
Test, test, test.
Jen, hello?
Hi!
Hi, how's it going?
Can we get connected by Skype?
Yes, I will hit it for you.
Are you guys gonna call us?
I can call you.
Alright, I'll pick up when you answer.
Are we coming in with anything?
Just give me one second.
You're up now.
Took 30 seconds.
Oh, do we have Skype, or is it just comrade?
She's, uh, you're calling in, right Jen?
Dialing in.
Okay.
There it is.
You got me?
Channel One. Channel
One. Channel One.
Did you have a cheeseburger or three on July 4th?
I have to say my diet was a little bit put in abeyance because, wow, I found the best hot dogs and when it's a good hot dog you just...
No, one's not enough.
This is America First.
It is time to check in with the West Coast, with our warrior princess.
She is the host of The Morning Answer, Jennifer Horne!
Welcome back to America First!
Thank you, and you too!
We missed you while you were on vacation.
I know!
Both of us couldn't appear on your show.
Both my muse and I said, uh, I forgot I'm on vacation.
Sorry.
I know.
It's alright.
I got your doctor's note.
It was fine.
We felt so bad.
We felt so bad.
So much to discuss.
The three stories you sent me just now, I think that's enough for two segments.
But first, a couple of other things.
Um, I don't know if you can see this, but I need you to tell me, how MAGA does this look?
If a guy has pink ponytails and goggles and is wearing a silver jumpsuit, that screams America first, doesn't it?
Absolutely.
It's the purple goggles for me, the pink pigtails and that space suit.
It's really, it's a look, it's a vibe, that's for sure.
So for those of you who aren't sick like Jennifer and me who live on social media, this is part of the evidence trail of the shooter, the Highland Park shooter.
This is Bobby, Robert Bobby Cremo III.
Why do they always have these weird names?
With dyed pink hair and purple goggles, and we are supposed to believe this is a MAGA supporter.
I just want your reaction to this tragedy, but specifically as somebody who has trained, doesn't just live in front of a microphone, but has training in the art of journalism, the mainstream's reaction to this tragedy, Jen?
Yeah, I thought it was pretty crazy the way immediately after this tragedy happened, it was a rush to figure out where this guy was politically.
I think there was a rooting section that somehow he was going to be a Trump supporter and that's really unfortunate because you have Who knows what this guy is?
He's a psychopath and he's a murderer, and I think that's what we need to deal with.
Part two, and what struck me, is that from Uvalde on the response that we're getting from our elected officials, from Joe Biden, from Kamala Harris, from Governor Pritzker in Illinois, it's a complete focus on Second Amendment rights.
Nobody is taking one second To say we are so sorry for this tragedy.
We are sorry for the people that are lost.
We want to help heal the community.
All of that is gone.
Which I think is really unfortunate that we don't have empathetic leadership anymore.
And it seems that there is not much of a focus on just how this happened.
Which seems to me an awful lot like the parents really failing in a big way around here.
Their attorney, I don't know if you saw this even yesterday, said, well it's not about parental responsibility.
This is a failure of the laws.
Well, no.
This is a person who threatened to kill his family and then his father went out and co-signed on him getting a license for a rifle.
It's so, it's so unbelievable.
After the police, after the police had been called to his house, confiscated weapons, a year later the father co-signs the Illinois firearms ownership ID card application and then the police say, oh, oh, we may have gone to his house but there's no record of him being a problem.
Absolutely true.
However, let's, let's look at some of the reactions.
I haven't had time to play any of these.
First one is from The Highland Park Mayor, Nancy Rotering, her response to this tragedy.
Cut to.
The passage of the assault weapons ban and large capacity magazine ban that we put through in 2013 should be a template for others.
And I've been working since 2018 to get the state of Illinois to allow other cities to have that opportunity through a weird twist in the way that we were able to do that.
There was only a 10-day window for cities in Illinois to pass assault weapons bans.
So the mayor's talking about localized assault weapons ban.
Maybe you can help me, because you're living in California.
Why is that?
There seems to be this unconquerable mental block, like, I don't know, the size of the Himalayas, that prevents any Democrat politician from saying there may be a mental health issue.
Why is that so difficult to say, Jen?
I have no idea.
It seems that time and time again, they constantly just want to go back to the default.
Because you know what?
It's easier.
It's easier to go after a law.
It's easier to go after gun owners.
It's not as easy to talk about mental illness, right?
That's a hard topic.
Nobody knows exactly how to fix it.
Nobody knows how to tackle it.
And so these electeds who are hacks and nothing more, they just tend to go after what's easy.
And it's like ripe for the picking.
They go after gun laws.
What is so important to remember is that, and this is something our founding fathers knew, that with the Second Amendment comes personal responsibility.
And we need to make sure that we are now not calling out.
We've talked about this, I think, for years now, Seb.
If you see a guy wandering around with face tattoos who's out there shooting animals and wanting to threaten his family, that's not normal behavior.
And it's okay to empower that family to say, you know what, something's wrong with my kid.
And get that nipped in the bud before it becomes some other family's problem.
I think you've hit the nail on the head.
When you're focusing on laws, what you are negating is exactly the emphasis on the responsibility, not only of the individual, the responsibility of the family members and the responsibility of law enforcement.
Because, look, I've been trying to send these to my team and for some reason, I don't know whether it's the NSA or something, sorry, I'm not Alex Jones, These are the images that I can't get to my team to make into graphics, but I'll show them on my phone.
They deleted his YouTube account, but I tracked it down.
I found it, and he called himself a rapper.
His name was Awake.
This is why he has the letter A on his hat.
And he had hand-drawn Drawings that he used to illustrate his rap songs.
One of them is exactly how he looked when he did this.
This is him in a ballistic helmet in body armor with a semi-automatic rifle killing people.
This is one of the drawings he put in his quote-unquote song.
And then here's the last one that kind of like Why do we not talk about this?
It's him lying in a pool of blood with his rifle as the police cars are coming to, you know, inspect his body.
This is from his quote-unquote rap song, Jen, and we're not allowed to have a YouTube account because one of our guests said Many voters last year had a problem with the results of the election.
That gets our private video to create the termination of our account.
But this, this, this, not only is this allowed on YouTube, this image, this individual is allowed to buy guns.
So a personal responsibility.
I think you hit the nail on the head, Jen.
I almost went apoplectic this morning.
So our mutual friend Grant Stinchfield, who is my co-host on The Morning Answer in Los Angeles, he has started up or he was starting up a YouTube channel and on it his first video he did yesterday and he talked about watching this older couple, and I'm not sure if you saw them, but there was an older couple, probably looked to be in their 70s, escaping this parade shooter.
And they went behind a column because they realized that he was shooting from above.
So they went behind kind of a brick column.
They hid while everyone else was running.
And so he noticed that that was really smart in surviving a shooting like this one.
And so his first video was about how to survive an attack.
Now you would think that that is something that maybe would be really useful information to most people.
YouTube took it down, Seb.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Somebody is teaching you how to survive a mass casualty incident, and that gets censored?
I just want to be sure that I heard you.
That's what he said.
He spent the entire time kind of going through what this couple had done, how you should react if there's a live shooter.
He used the video from the scene, but nothing with bodies or any of the carnage or anything left behind.
It was literally really spent focused on this couple who made it out, I think, by all accounts that we realize.
And YouTube censored it and took it down.
So he fought it.
He wrote back and he said, you know what, are you sure?
And they said, oh, I'm sorry.
You know what?
You're right.
There was no violence here.
We'll put it back up.
But if YouTube is looking at someone like Grant Stinchfield putting up how to survive a mass shooting, but they're closing their eyes on Awake the Rapper and his bloody images of school shootings, where is that algorithm going wrong?
How is that happening?
No, fabulous question.
And then perhaps, I'm sure you discussed this, we've only got a minute left, but the most shocking of all, this is Nightline interviewing John Hinckley, the attempted assassin of Ronald Reagan, and they're asking him his opinion because I guess he's an expert on killing people.
Got seven.
And the Brady Law ushered in a waiting period and background checks.
Right.
Especially with regard to people who are suffering mental illness.
I certainly don't think the mentally ill should have access to guns.
I mean, that's kind of obvious.
Background checks are good and waiting periods are good.
I think there's too many guns in America.
And coming from you, that's quite a statement.
Well, I hope it is.
Shot a police officer.
Shot a secret service agent.
Shot the president.
Put Brady, the press secretary, in a wheelchair.
And this is who the media wants to talk to, Jen?
And makes him an expert, saying, wow, coming from you, John, that's a big statement.
You can see in his eyes that this is still a sick and disturbed man.
Yes.
You know what?
Good for him if he's out of prison, but you better be keeping an eye on him just like everybody else, because it's not the guns that pulled the trigger, and I know that's not a breaking news story to you or anyone listening to this.
It is the people with that blank stare in their eyes, just like John Hinckley has, just like every person who we ever talk about that has ...has perpetrated one of these crimes.
They all look the same.
We need to figure out how to tackle that problem.
It is.
There's a photograph of most of these killers on one montage.
It's that thousand-yard stare.
Stay with us.
We'll be back with Jennifer in a moment.
We'll be back with Jennifer in a moment.
It is so hot in here.
I'm still... I'm still... That Hinkley thing just blows my mind.
That's typical.
No, I mean, seriously?
Presidential... An assassin.
What is Radio America?
I'm looking at one of your posts.
Oh, Radio America is just actually near you in Arlington.
They're a network and they do Sarah Carter's podcast.
Okay.
So I was on with her last week.
Excellent.
They also rent studios to very bad people.
I used to have a talk radio program that now is on Fox.
Oh, really?
Yes.
See the things my producer knows.
A lot of unhappy days I spent at Radio America.
Oh, really?
Was it people who- Gosh, I hate when we're on for broad.
This is like a trivia question.
Was it people who asked for lots of cuts they never used?
Yeah.
It was, um, a night host.
Oh.
It was what?
A late night, like, what was it, like, 10pm?
Yes.
Okay, good.
Laura something.
Um, Laura Springergroom?
All you have to do is say, all you have to do is say stapler.
I thought that was Klobuchar.
Oh, my gosh.
Aren't you delighted, Geoff?
I mean, today, 10 cuts.
That's all I asked for.
Not 70.
And you're all on one sheet.
And then, out of the 70, not one's acceptable.
Well, I thought she used two of them out of 70.
Yeah, because none of them were acceptable.
Even though half of them were asked specifically 12 hours before.
You must be living in paradise right now, Geoff.
It's quite the difference.
We're all living in paradise being part of the America First team, don't you know?
Oh, give that man a...
Clap on the back.
Nicely put.
Nicely put.
Just don't clap my back too hard.
I got sunburned over the weekend.
Oh, did you?
Yeah, the shoulders mostly.
Shoulders.
Upper back.
So how was your fourth?
My fourth was really good!
It was very low-key, actually.
I had a baptism for my best friend's baby on Saturday, and the old—this is so cool.
I went to this Catholic school for eight years, and it's still my church, but the guy who baptized me, gave me my first communion, and then retired—he had taken off, so I haven't seen him in years and years—came back to our church to perform the baptism on her baby.
And he listens to the morning answer and he was like, you're THE Jennifer Horne?
Oh my- and he was like freaking out.
Are you kidding?
He didn't make the connection?
He didn't make the connection because you know this was years ago and I'm like a little- he thinks of me as a little kid.
So it was- he was so cute.
I can still- you know how some things are burned in your cerebellum?
I can still remember after my first communion sitting in the back of my dad's car in his big big old Mercedes Opening the present from my step-grandmother.
I'd been given one of those little leather change wallets.
You know the ones that open up that are semi-circular that kids have?
You know, pigskin little leather thing.
And also a rosary.
And I can still remember this.
That's like 42 years ago, Jess.
Isn't that funny?
I got a little Bible in a plastic case that had a rosary tucked inside and I still remember that thing.
And I can remember how it smelled because it had like the gold edging on it.
Yeah, yeah.
But let me tell you my funny communion story.
Hey, you've got 30 seconds.
Save it till after the segment.
I thought they were frosted.
That's good.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Can't handle the truth?
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.

Follow her at Jennifer Horne.
I have so much more I want to discuss with you but you blew my mind with the stuff you sent that you wish to share with our listeners across the nation.
Let's start with the thing I need help with from last week because this story I still do not want to believe it.
The gun owners, the licensed gun owners, the release of their personal information.
Can you give us the nutshell what happened and how it happened?
You know in my little prep document every day I have a little category that says SEP and I put stories that I want to share with you in that category and this is one I was holding on to from last week because it's that unbelievable.
The Attorney General in our state is Rob Bonta.
He has never won an election.
He was appointed by Gavin Newsom.
He's one of the Newsom ilk.
And as you can imagine, the state of California was not too happy with the decisions made by the Supreme Court in the last couple of weeks.
Gavin Newsom wants California to be a sanctuary.
He wants to pay for people to come from out of state to give them abortions.
And certainly the ruling from New York in losing their concealed carry case, that has just blown up in California's face because, pardon the pun, if you needed a gun, if you wanted a gun, if you wanted to carry a gun outside of your home in California, depending on where you were, but especially in the big cities if you wanted to carry a gun outside of your home in California, depending on where you were, but especially in And if you did actually have a permit, you had to provide them with reason.
Now, what has happened is that because of this, and I would imagine it was perfectly intentional as a way to fire back against gun owners, after the Supreme Court decision on Monday of last week, Rob Bonter released a portal that had inside of it the thousands of names of people who have concealed carry permits in the state of California.
It was their names, their addresses, the type of permit they have, their racial demographic, their age, pretty much every piece of personal information that you could want on someone was part of this release.
It was up there for four hours before his office took it down and came out and said that it was all a mistake, of course, and that it was just, you know, them being inept, which is not out of the realm of possibility, but certainly it felt much more intentional to me, Seb.
And if you think about in California who has these permits, It's judges who convict criminals.
It's police officers who arrest criminals.
It's people who have a lot of cash for their business.
Well, yes, and also, and probably maybe more importantly, it's people who have survived domestic violence, who have been victimized by stalkers or by people who want to hurt them because they've had to provide the reason for why they want to carry the gun in the first place.
So you've got all kinds of people with cause in very blue California that have now had all of their personal information put out there.
You know, like I do, law enforcement, they try very hard to keep their information private because they don't want someone coming back and looking for retribution.
So this is really dangerous.
I feel like it was it was intentional.
I've talked to people about whether or not we could sue the state of California.
They say that only if it results, if that list being released results in someone being hurt or murdered, then maybe you'd be able to sue because then you have standing.
So before that, nothing?
So the release of this personal information, there's no standing at all?
That's what they say.
That's what I'm told by a couple of lawyers that I've talked to, that they said unless somebody actually got hurt, And could prove that they got hurt because of that list.
There's really no way that you can sue because of the, you know, there's no way to say that it was intentional or malicious.
But I have talked to a few people about filing a FOIA request to see any messaging related to that portal release and maybe we'll get to the bottom of something if we can find something intentional.
That is what we would need so that we could take legal action to make sure this doesn't happen again.
Well, maybe all of these things are connected because it seems to be sheer insanity from the point of view of the next story.
What is going on?
What is not being taught in the LA United School Districts, Jen?
Yeah, the LA Unified School District is the second largest school district in the country.
It's the one my mom taught for for 30 years.
And, you know, my mom is pretty sensible.
She is a Democrat.
And she always tells me I'm crazy when I talk about critical race theory.
She says it doesn't exist.
It wasn't there.
But this is hard to deny because it is there, obviously, in the schools.
And right now, this summer, every teacher for LA Unified School District, no matter the grade level, has to take a course.
And Fox News did some great reporting.
They actually got a hold of the course video and of the handouts that talked about what was being taught.
And what they're teaching, essentially, is that merit and individualism is based in racism and is a symptom of whiteness.
Their words, not mine.
And that the idea that you can do anything you want, that with hard work comes reward, is being thrown out.
Is there any response from parents, for example, Jen?
The story just broke today.
I went on one on my local show and said, if you are a parent, if you are a teacher, you need to do something right now.
This school district needs to hear how inappropriate this is because these are the tenets of being an American.
We just celebrated the 4th of July.
The beauty, the reason people want to come here is for the opportunity.
You wake up in the morning, you can be who you want to be in this country.
We don't have a royal bloodline where you're never going to be queen or king.
Kids can wake up today and think, maybe I could be president of the United States.
And you're having teachers now tell them that that is not possible because of their history or the color of their skin.
It's child abuse and it's also exactly what is taught in socialist and in communist governments.
That you are just a product of your surroundings, essentially.
You don't have to work hard to succeed.
Just take what the government gives you and move along.
And it is abusive, this curriculum.
No, it is.
It is based basically in bigotry and division.
Of course.
Last point, today is a specific deadline, is it not, Jen?
It is.
Today is the day that the Recall Gascogne signatures are being turned in.
Actually, as we speak, in about 15 minutes or so, they are going to be at the Registrar of Voters in Los Angeles and they are going to be turning in 566,000 plus signatures.
Now they have pre-verified, they spent the money to have someone verify these signatures, so they're throwing out all the duplicates already, which is good.
And how much do they need?
It's more than they need, right?
So they need $566,000 and change.
They say they're turning in well over that amount.
We don't know how much over the threshold they are, but they've had about 3-4 weeks to collect signatures after meeting the goal.
And again, they're qualifying, pre-qualifying signatures so that the county won't be able to go in and throw everything out.
There are going to be a lot of volunteers from the campaign who are going to watch this process and make sure if we are going to count every vote like the County of Los Angeles likes to do for months after an election, then we are going to count every signature that was turned in.
Big day, big day.
Things are happening.
You never give up, never give in, even in California.

Stay here on America First.
So what happens next?
If they get the verified number, when would it occur?
So 30 days to verify the signatures, that's how long the register has if they qualify.
I believe it, and everyone else I've talked to, says that it should be on the ballot in November.
So they would just put it as part of the general.
And the way our system works, people will run.
So you'll vote to recall and replace, like you did with Newsom.
Up in San Francisco, the mayor replaces Chessa Bodine.
A lot of people are, and let me tell you, it will be all hands on deck.
I know already at least five or six people that are going to jump in and run.
Are you worried about the possibility that he has much more time to prepare than Bodine did?
Yeah, and they're also, you know, look, nothing's a done deal.
Everybody says if it makes it to recall, he gets recalled.
I believe that's probably true, but it's to his benefit if they put it with the November stuff because you're going to have all of the abortion nuts, you're going to have all of those people who are going to come out there because they're making some constitutional amendments to add abortion to the Constitution of California.
So you'll have a lot of his people that will come out for other reasons that will just be there to vote for him and that will benefit him.
And it also has been said that certainly Bowdoin's loss was partially because he wasn't running against a Republican.
It was just get rid of him, yes or no.
If he was running against a Republican, he would have won, probably.
I don't know how many Republicans he'll run against.
I know just between us, Eric Earley, and the people listening, Earley's been tossing it around.
John McKinney, who just got the conviction on Nipsey Hussle's murderer, is already in.
He's declared.
Jonathan Hatami will probably run.
So I don't know how many of them will be the Republicans.
How many of them will have the name, power, and strength?
And the communion wafer was not frosted, that's how that story ended.
Who told you it's frosted?
I just looked at it.
Was that a nun?
It just looks so beautifully white.
And I used to practice with my big vitamin C tablets in the morning.
I'd have my mom say the body of Christ.
And practice.
And then when I got up there, I was expecting sweet.
And it was not sweet.
And it was, I'm sure my face was probably one for the Polaroid.
Your mom's a Catholic?
Yeah.
Oh yeah.
Born and raised.
What does she think of Biden?
Oh, so breaking news.
Yeah.
She just said that he's got to go.
Whoa!
That is breaking news.
All right.
We got to jump 90 seconds.
That's big.
That he's got too much baggage is what he said.
We will continue.
All right.
Thanks.
All right, you guys.
Have a good one.
Bye.
bye or can you block lines
What was that big sigh for?
Hang on, keep the mics off, John.
40 seconds but can you come in with the uh...
Okay.
Cut six.
Come in with cut six, no liner.
Got it.
20 seconds. 20 seconds.
20 seconds.
Well, first I'll say that what the President said stands.
So, if that's what the President said, that is what stands.
And secondly... Secondly... But secondly... Secondly... And he says, I think you're clear.
How is that not him talking to his son about his overseas business dealings?
We're not, from this podium, I am not going to talk about alleged materials from the laptop.
Are you disputing the President's voice on the voicemail?
I am not going to talk about alleged materials on the laptop.
Are you disputing then that it is not... Peter, I refer you to his son's representative.
I like that.
I like that approach, that tactic from Corinne Jean-Pierre, the White House Press Secretary.
I don't like your question, so I'm not going to answer it from this podium.
God willing, if we're back in the White House, and I don't know, we get questioned about Russian collusion or January the 6th, we say, yeah, I'm not taking that question from this podium.
We'll see how that works if it's a Republican or MAGA administration.
Yeah, you understand the double standards involved.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First.
Another cut I have to share with you that we have to get our special guest to react to is from a cabinet member of said administration.
She is the award-winning host of the Trish Regan show.
You've got to listen to her podcast, go to her webpage, follow her on Twitter at Trish underscore Regan.
Trish, welcome back to America First.
Oh, we need to get you on the right microphone there, because we are just listening to a big empty room there.
Keep talking.
How do you know?
I'm going to keep on talking.
This is live TV for you.
This is live TV.
We can hear you, but it sounds like you're in a massive high school gym right now.
Yeah, I won't be able to fix it.
While you fix it, we're going to play for you this cabinet member.
Allegedly, he's the Secretary of Transport or something.
We just call him Mayor Pete here at America First.
And he's talking to, surprisingly, Neil Cavuto, who's getting a little bit annoyed at Mayor Pete.
Cut five!
Half of that increase started prior to the first Russian soldiers arriving near Ukraine.
You can't blame it all on Ukraine, right?
What about the other half?
No, what about the other half?
That's a pretty important half.
Well, no, no, but that half before we had run up.
Your administration has blamed this on the war, and that was certainly a big factor.
But gas prices had gone up 50 percent already before the war.
So to me, that's half of the blame, not all of the blame.
So we can talk about the economic realities, Trish.
We can talk about trend lines, the market.
But when you have a cabinet member who actually laughs at a friendly interviewer who's saying, you know what, this gas price thing and inflation started before the war in Russia, and the response is to laugh, where does that leave people who are trying to predict the market? where does that leave people who are trying to predict it.
Well, I think the markets are well aware That this all started long before anything happened overseas, right?
Let's not kid ourselves.
And gosh, Seb, I mean, I've been like a broken record on your show, warning of this mass inflation.
Well, probably about a year and a half.
I mean, everyone saw it coming, except for the politicians who are now choosing to pretend that they didn't, right?
And that's what you're seeing there with Mayor Pete kind of trying to laugh it off.
Nobody wants to actually answer the hard questions here.
I get it.
They don't have a lot of answers, because frankly, what it comes down to is total incompetence.
Total incompetence.
It doesn't make any sense that you would turn off the switch for traditional energy at a time when, you know what?
Gosh darn it, we need it.
And go for the green.
You know what?
I'm going to say nothing.
Go for all the green energy you want, but don't make the American people pay for this interim event that is just gouging them at the gas pumps and then, of course, at the grocery stores and everywhere else.
Inflation is a massive issue, and no one in this administration In my estimation, has much of a political future because of it.
When you see allies in Europe suddenly turn on a dime and say nuclear energy, coal-powered plants are now green, and there's no response here, there's actually continued antipathy to fossil fuels, do you really think there is no breaking point at which somebody will say, yeah, sorry, we were wrong, guys?
No, because unfortunately, Seb, it's just become so darn political.
These people just want to save their own hides.
They want to make sure that they can use whatever issue is out there to their political advantage.
And so instead of actually thinking about the future of the American people and thinking about strategies that will make us succeed as a nation and as an economy, They're so busy saying, OK, well, how do we court this crowd over here that's so into green energy?
And as a result, they're making us less competitive.
Look, I just think it comes down to realism.
we have had a tremendous history, right, since World War II on, of being that hegemonic power in the world and having a lot of economic influence.
And frankly, that's sort of disintegrating right before our eyes.
And I'm very worried about the country, certainly from a social standpoint, in light of some of the things that we've seen there, but also very much from an economic standpoint, because I don't know how future families are going to be able to manage in an environment like this where you know gosh I mean look over there the the The business headlines are all about NatGas up 700%.

Okay, let's go back to your course, waiting very, very patiently.
Let's talk to John in San Diego.
Hey, Sebastian, as you commented earlier, and your instincts are correct, the inflation rate is nowhere near 8%.
It's about 18%.
And the reason for the discrepancy is that the calculus methodology for getting the CPI has been changed about two dozen times since 1980.
When these people say, oh, it's the worst inflation in 40 years, no, you can't say that unless you're calculating it the same way.
Yes.
No, I completely agree.
It's smoke and mirrors.
It's at least 18, if not 20%.
And of course, look, when you go and buy a tank of gas, you know the truth.
Thank you, John, and thank you for your patience.
Our good buddy Brent in Los Angeles, thank you for waiting.
I'm happy you're home, Great Gorka!
I am happy, too, although I'd like my family to be with me, too, but I have to rescue the dogs.
I'm back home, back in front of the microphone, so you've got to make some choices now and again, but nice to hear you, Brent.
Thank you.
And I was reading, during America's independence, you know, the Declaration of Independence, and I fear it's more urgent and relevant today than when it was written.
And normally we focus on its divinely inspired preamble, but we fail to focus on the list of grievances directed towards our first tyrant king.
And I think we must now review the list and address it to the current tyrants.
Most overtly when it says, the history of the present king is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states.
And also when it says, he has erected a multitude of new offices and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people and eat out our substance.
Or when he says, our states remain in the mean exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without and convulsions within.
I think that's a genius idea.
I've actually been writing while you've been talking.
I think with your inspiration, I or somebody else has to write this new list of usurpations, new offices, new offices, because this is exactly why we established America in the first place, to stop that kind of tyranny from occurring.
So God bless you, Brent.
Absolutely superb.
If I do something with it, I will give you full credit.
Let's talk to one of our team members.
Let's talk to Eric Lendrum, who has written a piece for American Greatness that I just saw on the flight home because it comes here in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Eric, will you talk to us about this latest decision from the Fairfax Public School Board, which is just horrifying?
Yeah, this was originally reported by the Washington Free Beacon that the Fairfax County Public Schools, FCPS, has ordered all teachers, administrators, and all staff members of the district to not seek parents' permission when any students are asked to use restrooms or locker rooms that are designated for the other gender.
And they will also be, students will be allowed to change their names on campus and choose their gender identity, all without their parents' consent.
So they will keep secrets.
So public servants, the school administrators, the teachers are being told by this democrat-led body that if a child, a minor, decides to quote-unquote transition to change their sex, which is a scientific impossibility, Eric, they are not supposed to actually tell the parents or the guardians, correct?
That is correct.
That's what they were ordered to do in training modules, like online questions that they have answers, multiple-choice answers for, that were leaked to the press, showing, like, uh, what are parents' permission required for, A, B, C, or D, none of the above.
And none of the above was the correct answer.
Alright guys, this is it.
As far as I'm concerned, I said it before, but I am more convinced every single day.
This is the key issue.
There are many issues.
You look at the figures.
Only 18% of the country think, from the latest Monmouth poll, that America is heading in the right direction.
18!
18%!
So whether it's the price of gas, whether it's inflation, whether it's the lack of baby formula, there are many, many reasons.
That we can win.
But perhaps the most catalytic of all, that will turn erstwhile apolitical individuals, people who don't see themselves as political, into activists, into poll workers, into people who will vote conservative, down ticket, is this transgender.
When you have public officials who are paid for by us, Hiding this transgender lunacy from the parents of American children.
That is the moment when it's like the dragon Shmaug from Bilbo Baggins' story The Hobbit.
The giant dragon is sitting on that pile of gold and he's sleeping but then he hears something and that one eye opens And he starts to wake up.
I think that's the transgender radicalism.
I think that issue will open the eye of the American people.
And sooner or later they will say, Enough!
This stops now.
But it only happens if you're involved, if you're engaged, if you're part of the solution.
If you're prepared to fight for the truth.
To protect our children.
Your children.
Our grandchildren.
It's up to us.
Because if not you, then who?
If not now, then when?

Geoff, I want to ask your opinion about Rogan in the next segment.
Oh boy.
Alright.
It is worth noting at this point that actually, have we heard about anything relevant from Rogan lately?
Like another viral moment of his or anything like that?
Not recently.
Not recently.
Not clashing with washed up musicians anymore or anything like that?
One friend of mine did say that he was like, oh well maybe Rogan took one look at what happened to the The Full Send podcast, guys.
Remember they went to Mar-a-Lago to interview Trump and everything and they got banned from YouTube in, like, 24 hours for it?
Oh, yes.
Maybe.
Because Rogan is technically still out on YouTube.
He posts, like, little snippets on YouTube, but... Yeah, I don't think he's worried.
When you get a, whatever it was, a $20 million deal, I don't think you're worried.
Well, and like I said, too, before, I think he is still a lefty at the end of the day.
A normie lefty.
He just, uh...
Well, he was a, um, a Saunders guy.
Yeah.
And a Yang guy.
And a Gabbard guy, apparently.
He kinda supported all three of them, I guess.
Gabbert.
You listen to your guests.
You let them speak.
You don't interrupt them.
You talk just about the right amount.
I get informed at the same time I'm entertained.

My wife says I interrupt my guests all the time.
Jeff, do I interrupt my guests?

So here's a quote for you that I'm gonna get Mr. G to respond to.
By the way, I'm not a Trump supporter in any way, shape or form.
I've had the opportunity to have him on my show more than once.
I've said no every time.
I don't want to help him.
I'm not interested in helping him.
Weird.
Because you had lots of lefties on your show.
That was Joe Rogan talking about President Trump.
Mr. G, does this matter?
I mean, given the cultural influence of Joe Rogan, should anybody be surprised that he said no to Donald Trump coming on his show?
Well, I am surprised he said no to Trump.
Explain.
Because, I mean, first of all, I know what he says about helping him this, that.
It would help him out, too.
That would be one of the most watched, you know, podcasts that he had.
Um, as far as, I don't think the guy's a liberal, though.
I know people are trying to say he's always a closet lefty, he's this.
But don't you think he's a libertarian who likes lefties?
I think he's like, there's a big pocket of people out there that are not very political.
And everybody jumped on Rogan, you know, everything that happened the last year.
It's like, he sounds like a conservative.
He was just reacting to all the lunacy.
And basically that was the right thing.
So you think he doesn't fit into a conservative box at all?
Into a political box at all?
No, I don't.
I honestly don't think he's that political.
So what does this say about him, then?
I mean, if you're right, this would be the biggest pay-per-view event in history.
So why did he do this?
There's something else going on.
Something business-wise.
I don't know, maybe... Spotify?
Yeah, Eric brought up in the barrack, maybe he's afraid of getting cancelled, losing YouTube, stuff like that.
There's something else going on.
Joey!
You're not afraid, are you?
The big tech boogeyman!
Show a little backbone!
I know you're... Was he ever a fighter or was he just a ref?
I know he's a little fireplug, but... Dude, come on!

Doesn't that make you a tough guy?
You know, it'd be fun if you had him on the show.
You might want to reassess that.

Thank you.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
This is organized crime.
In no way, in no time, is that legal.
- This is organized crime.
- Do you have video evidence?
- Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country. - What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
2,000 mules.
In select theaters, May 2nd and 4th.
Virtual premiere, May 7th.
Stream, May 8th at Salem Now or Locals.
Insurrection, insurrection, insurrection.
That's what all we hear from the January 6th Inquisition, despite the fact that we've seen violence on the streets of America after the recent Supreme Court decisions and even a church, a church burnt down in West Virginia.
Who are the real insurrectionists?
Let's dive deep into that topic with one of our favorite guests on a special 101.
I'm Sebastian Gorka and we're joined By Julie Kelly of American Greatness.
Julie, welcome back to the show.
Hey Seb, thanks so much for having me on.
Let me just put to you straight away the obvious, naive, layman's question that we've had, what, more than 700 people hunted down, arrested, more than a hundred I believe, you'll correct me, more than a hundred still confined in political prison cells not far from this studio, mostly on menial,
Low grade charges such as trespass or the obstructing an official process charge and we have a lack of a similar response to the violence being done across America in the names of social justice, BLM, Antifa or abortion.
Is that a silly question?
Am I missing something, Julie Kelly?
As usual, Seb, you are not missing a thing.
You're way ahead of everything, as usual.
So, yes.
Oh, I will correct you on one number, though.
I believe we are up to more than 850 Americans who have been hunted down by this DOJ.
They just arrested someone yesterday.
Seb, we're here 18 months later, and they are still hunting down Capitol trespassers, subjecting them to FBI raids.
In one case last week, The FBI used an informant to get a man to talk about what he did at the Capitol, and he was charged with three misdemeanors.
This is the crusade, this dragnet, this witch hunt.
I believe they're trying to get to a thousand total January 6th defendants before election day or campaign season.
I think it's some sort of talking point.
But yes, we have that part of the dragnet witch hunt going on regular Americans.
Then, of course, you have what we're seeing recently, which is the roundup of political figures such as the head of the Arizona Republican Party, Georgia Republican Party, and then, of course, the FBI raid of Jeffrey Clark's home, and the really egregious confrontation by FBI agents with Dr. John Eastman stealing his iPhone before showing him a warrant.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
I missed that one.
So the Constitutional Law Professor John Eastman, what did they do to his phone, Julie?
Last Wednesday night, FBI agents accosted him and his wife after they were leaving a restaurant.
They demanded that he turn over his iPhone.
He repeatedly, because he is a constitutional lawyer, asked numerous times to see the warrant.
They did not.
They made Dr. Eastman, who I believe is in his late 70s, you know, a small, slight man, put his hands on top of his head.
The FBI patted him down, saw sort of this fanny pack thing on the side of his hip, stole his iPhone out of this pack, And then shoved it in front of his face so the facial recognition passcode would unlock his phone.
They finally gave him the warrant.
He says that it does not detail anything that they were allowed to have.
Of course, he's an attorney, so he would have all sorts of privileged communications on his phone.
They took it.
They didn't arrest him.
He's not accused of any crime.
But this is what this Justice Department is doing.
It is truly a rampage that we have never seen in American history, nor did I ever think that we would.
You know more than anyone else regarding the more than 800 people.
Your book is January 6th.
Everybody, please, please, please, if you believe in the truth, order this book right now.

Again, I just want to get the facts out there.
That's why we do these Deep Dive one-on-one interviews.
We do long-form radio because, you know, most TV, most radio hits are three minutes, four minutes, and you never get to the substance.
You actually come to the swamp.
You go to the hearings, you go to the arraignments of these political prisoners.
Tell me again if I'm wrong, but talk to us about the types of charges that they have been accused of or they have been arraigned on.
Usually it's misdemeanors to do with physical trespass, some kind of physical damage or obstructing an official process.
Is anybody being charged with Killing a police officer or insurrection or serious felonies, you know best.
So tell me what's actually happening in the courtrooms.
So the most serious offenses that are being charged, as you said, is obstruction of an official proceeding.
This is a felony that DOJ is adding to mostly misdemeanor cases.
Never been used in this way before, Seb.
It's a post-Enron law that had to do with tampering with evidence or witnesses.
Let me interject.
Obstructing an official proceeding was meant to stop people shredding evidence, for example.
Burning evidence.
Not walking through the cupola of the Senate, correct?
That's exactly right.
And furthermore, so what defense lawyers are arguing is whether the joint session rises to an official proceeding.
If it does, or even when the Senate and House were meeting separately, which happened at about 1:15 that day, this criminalizes political protests.
Americans are constitutionally protected in protesting their government, especially when they are conducting official business.
You know, this is why they don't go to people's homes.
Why rally outside of an empty building on a Saturday?
Their voices need to be heard.
So this is criminalizing and will have repercussions down the road.
They are setting this precedent, DOJ.
Several men have already pleaded guilty to this.
They have received sentences of years in jail after being detained under pretrial detention orders already.
And so this is going to be an ongoing battle.
What's interesting, Seb, I will say this is a new development.
Judge Carl Nichols is the only judge who has dismissed this count.
in one of his cases.
Every other D.C.
District Court judge is holding up this count as legitimate.
Judge Nichols tossed it out of court for a man named Garrett Miller.
The government came back.
They have appealed Judge Nichols' dismissal of this count.
It will now go to the D.C.
Circuit Court on an appeal.
It will be very interesting to see If the D.C.
Circuit upholds Judge Nichols' decision because it will have huge repercussions for the 240-plus people who are charged with this, including several who have already pleaded guilty, my assumption is that this will eventually get to the Supreme Court.
Hang on, we lost you there for a second.
So you said something about the Supreme Court.
Say that again.
My guess is that this will eventually make it to the Supreme Court where it belongs.
So the Supreme Court can determine whether this very novel charge that was never intended to be used against political protesters.
In fact, when George W. Bush signed the law in 2002, he specifically said it should not be used against political protesters.
But here we are.
So I think it will eventually end up there.
So there's some interesting developments with that.
Don't forget the second point.
Why did the judge throw it out?
Did he give a reason?
He basically said that that was not with the statute, how it was intended to be used.
And he even questioned the idea that a regular session, now the joint session or House and Senate meeting separately, whether that rises to an official proceeding.
He read the statute as it should have been, that there was no evidence of tampering with witnesses or documents related to an investigation.
Which is what this 1512c2 obstruction of an official proceeding was, what its original purpose was.
And the second point?
The other more serious charge is seditious conspiracy.
A rare charge.
The last time DOJ charged anyone with seditious conspiracy in 2011, a Michigan judge threw it out of court.
This DOJ, under Mayor Garland, Lisa Monaco, and the D.C. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves have charged 18 people with seditious conspiracy.
This has been signed off by a grand jury in Washington, D.C., the same sort of people who sat on Michael Sussman's jury, the partisans who live in the Beltway, and they have charged 18 people with seditious conspiracy to bolster the idea, said that this was an insurrection.
And let me just note here, Lisa Monaco was the architect of Obama's disastrous counter-terrorism policy that gave us ISIS.

I want to be meticulous here because you've done such a service that I think hasn't garnered the requisite attention outside of American greatness and some shows.
You've been on Tucker's show, you've been on my show regularly, but we need to really document, people need to read your book January 6th, and we need to document what's happened in the last year and a half.
So let's talk about, again, what's happening in the courtrooms.
Will you share with us the details?
Well, let's start with what's happening in prisons.
What is the conditions only a handful of Republicans have dared, have shown the fortitude to actually go and visit these prisons?
It's Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Louie Gohmert, Paul Gosar.
I may have missed one or two, but it's a handful.
Andy Biggs.
Andy Biggs, of course.
Just a handful out of the hundreds who should have gone.
Will you share a little bit about what the conditions are like and how they're being treated in the prison in the nation's capital, Julie?
So right now, Seb, there are roughly 70, 75 political prisoners.
About half of those men are in this D.C.
gulag.
Some of them have been there for now 16 months and counting.
The DOJ, U.S.
Marshals Service, are actually transferring some men who have been detained in other parts of the country for months on end.
Moving them to this D.C.
gulag.
I mean, it's exactly what you would think a jail in Washington, D.C.
would look like.
They're mostly held in solitary confinement conditions.
They are tormented by jail officials, jail guards who have nothing but contempt for them as Trump supporters.
Their defense attorneys complain incessantly in court to D.C.
district court judges Who are duty bound to protect the rights of defendants against this vengeful government.
They have failed to do it.
The defense attorneys cannot get access to their clients.
The jail guards are withholding discovery evidence that is sent to the jail for months on end.
So they're prevented from their constitutional right as a defendant to build their own defense.
They can't talk to their lawyers.
They can't meet with their lawyers, especially if they're not vaccinated.
And they can't even see the evidence against them.
So that's what's happening in the D.C.
Gulag.
These men are really languishing.
Here we are, almost a year and a half later, and you know what's really infuriating is the government adding new charges, adding new defendants to some of these major cases, like the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys.
What just happened last week, Judge Tim Kelly, a Trump appointee, who is holding at least five members of the Proud Boys charged with nonviolent offenses, By the way, has held them in jail since last spring.
Now going along with DOJ to move their trial, which was already moved from April of this year to August.
Now moving it from August to December.
You will have a few of those men who will be in prison for almost two years, not convicted of any crime, no criminal record, no violent charges.
in jail for almost two years before they have their day in court in Washington, D.C., which is another travesty.
Well, because every go ahead.
No, I mean, it's unconstitutional.
I mean, we have a right to swift justice.
The idea that you're in prison for six months, a year, 18 months, two years, without actually having your court case heard is against the Constitution.
It's illegal.
What about the stories that some of the prisoners aren't allowed to shave, they're not getting their medical treatment, one of them had cancer?
I mean, these are really grueling stories.
They are.
They have been denied access to personal hygiene.
I mean, I've reported on this.
I know you've talked to some of the detainees who got out.
They can't shave, shower a few times a week.
They share nail clippers.
You know, but Seth, I will say, I'm not so sure that this is just germane to January 6th defendants.
Marjorie Taylor Greene and Louie Gohmert went to the D.C.
jail and visited all of the facilities there.
And they found horrific conditions for inmates.
Now, whether you are, so this could lead to a broader conversation about what's happening in our jail system.
But you can be assured that the Trump supporters, the J6 detainees, have been subjected to an additional layer of torment by these jail guards and jail officials, one of whom Marjorie Taylor Greene outed for her nonstop rants on social media about Donald Trump and his reporters.
And these people are in her care.
But no one seems to care, Saab.
The Democrats who are all, you know, get rid of cash bail, open up the jails, we need rights for prisoners, those people are silent.
So too, as you just pointed out, is the overwhelming majority.
I'm very grateful to you for introducing me to the founder.
D.C. Really shameful.
I don't think one Republican senator has said a word about this travesty, not one, and only a handful of Republican House members have had the guts to do it.
Yeah, well, I'm very grateful to you for introducing me to the founder.
She was on the show almost two weeks ago, the founder of the Patriot Freedom Project.
I think it's the only substantive organization out there that's raising funds for these people.
So So, they've raised over a million dollars, but the income that is being provided to the families, the wives, the children of those incarcerated is slowing down.
So, please, my colleague Dinesh D'Souza, God bless him, was one of the first to donate a hundred thousand dollars himself.
He knows what happens when a judicial system runs amok.
Please go to patriotfreedomproject.com and donate whatever you can.
But please, don't forget guys, why did all of this happen?
Why were so many Americans Prostrated beyond belief.
They didn't have all the evidence, but they knew something was wrong about the last election.
They could sense it in their gut.

That's 2000 Mules today.
www.salemnow.com www.salemnow.com All right, let's switch to the courtroom again.
Will you talk to us about the quality of and the behavior of the public defenders?
I've read things that I found hard to believe, Julie, you know, as the child of a man who at the age of 20 was put through a show trial, a communist show trial, and then given a life sentence and put in a political prison.
That's my father, Paul Gorka, to hear accounts of Defendants having to openly, in front of the judge, make statements about how, yes, I'm sorry, I recognize that Joe Biden is the real president.
This is something out of Mao's communist China.
Who are these public defenders that are giving, you know, subscribed, prescribed reading lists of politically correct books to their defendants, to their clients?
Yeah, it's really pretty stunning.
One of them is named Heather Shaner.
I talk about her in my book.
She amazingly is still defending January 6th defendants.
Now, it's important to note, most of these people have never been in trouble with the criminal justice system ever.
They don't have money, six figures at least, to retain a criminal defense lawyer in Washington, D.C., so they are wholly reliant on public defenders, court-appointed attorneys.
And many of them, as you can imagine, are far leftists, as most public defenders are.
And they are, this Heather Schoener, for example, has put some of her clients through this re-education camp, giving them books, telling them to watch movies that portray America as systemically racist, as anti-Semitic.
You know, we murdered off all of the Native Americans.
This is what she has said publicly.
But the real shame here, Seb, is public defenders can do and say whatever they want.
The problem is these D.C.
District Court judges, and I'm talking about every single judge from Trump appointees, Clinton, Obama, Down to Reagan appointees, if you can believe there's still two of them on the court.
They are allowing this government to get away with everything that they're asking for, and not condemning these public defenders for saying this has nothing to do.
This is someone charged with parading in the Capitol, a petty offense, a class B misdemeanor.
I mean, these are things, as Beryl Howell, the chief judge, said, this court never even entertains class B misdemeanors.
But that is monopolizing the court's time right now.
So yes, you do have that problem.
You also have judges, the same judges I just talked about, berating January 6th defendants for supporting Donald Trump, for believing the big lie.
And they're doing this in the court.
This isn't, you know, overheard phone conversations on the Acela by the judge.
They're making political statements from the bench.
They are not only making political statements from the bench during sentencing, they are making political statements from the bench during pretrial detention hearings.
So this is where the judge determines, and as you've said over a hundred times, have allowed the government to deny bail to these defendants.
They are making these comments in pretrial detention hearings.
You're supposed to Remember this presumed innocent until proven guilty?
That is only one right that has been completely abolished by this D.C.
District Court.
I'm telling you, the real villains here, aside from the DOJ, aside from these public defenders, aside from the news media, are these judges sitting on the D.C.
District Court.
They are shameful.
They're abdicating their duties.
And they're really stomping on the Constitution that they are sworn to protect.
None of that is happening in this DC court system.
I don't want to lessen your achievement and it is stunning and we'll talk about your courage and the cost to you personally.
How many other people do you see doing, I don't know, 30% of the coverage that you've done on this case?
Well look, I have to credit you because you were with me from the beginning when I started covering this really in January 2021, seeing what this DOJ was starting to do.
So you, I mean obviously Darren Batey at Revolver News has done a lot of work.
I'm so grateful for Tucker Carlson, the only person at Fox News who will help cover this story.
Laura Ingraham has as well.
It's been blatantly and flagrantly ignored by other people at Fox News.
So as far as reporters, though, that's really all.
That's about it, right?
That's about it.
That's utterly insane.
I know Judicial Watch.
I have to... Judicial Watch has done a lot of work.
But they're not journalists.
I'm talking about journalists.
Judicial, God bless them.
You know, Tom Fitt and Chris Hara.
I'm talking about journalists.
It's you, Darren Beattie, and I don't count myself or Taco.
You know, we're hosts that give you a platform.
You are out there fighting.
Dear friends, please, if this is important to you, if getting this kind of information is important to you, You've got to follow this lady, Julie underscore Kelly 2, and the book is January 6.
Nobody else is writing this.
There is no other book of this nature, of this ilk out there.
January 6, How Democrats Use the Capitol Protest to Launch a War on Terror Against the Political Right.
We have to keep banging the drum.
This is political persecution.
These are political prisoners.
God bless you, Julie.
Okay, if you want to support programs like this, you've got to support those that make it possible.
Great Americans like Mike Lindell.
Mike is under assault every single day.
He has now been banned.
Yes, banned by Walmart.
Why?
Because he's a conservative.
He had a great role to play in the Supreme Court decision on Roe v. Wade.
He funded several projects, including a very successful movie about the truth of Planned Parenthood.
Let's get back to Mike right now.
Let's support him.
Let's show him that we have his back.

That's 800-829-8468, MyPillow.com, but you've got to use the code GORKA.
All right, at the beginning of this discussion, you mentioned The Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers.
Now, I know nothing of the Oath Keepers.
I have met the Proud Boys because I was invited to speak twice for the Women's March.
This is the Women for Trump events that occurred, I think, in December, November, October, December of the year of the election.
And the Proud Boys were there to provide security for the speakers, so they assisted me moving from my vehicle to the podium and so forth.
What should we know about these two organizations?
What have their members been charged with and how have they been treated, Julie?
I think it's really important to start with, these two groups have been targeted by this FBI for the past few years.
Why?
I don't know, because they support Donald Trump, apparently, as you just said.
None of them, though, I believe that there are more than a dozen Proud Boys, roughly 20 or so members of the Oath Keepers who have been charged.
Only one in the Proud Boys is accused of vandalizing property, a man who smashed one of the windows.
None of them face weapons charges, certainly not anything like firearms.
The Oath Keepers, in fact, were very, and you could see this in their communications, very cautious and kept whatever arms, whatever weapons they brought, deriving from their homes, left it in Virginia.
They were all very aware of Washington, D.C.' 's strict handgun laws, so they did not bring their weapons into Washington, D.C.
that morning.
How can you overthrow government with these white supremacist militia groups when they don't have any weapons?
Some of them did wear military garb.
A lot of them are ex-law enforcement or veterans, which is really shameful.
So they don't face weapons charges.
They don't face assault charges.
They don't face, except for one or two, vandalizing the Capitol.
In the case of the Oath Keepers, they entered the building peacefully in a stack formation.
I have reports that should come out in their trial that they actually were helping Capitol Police officers, including Officer Harry Dunn, who was engaged in some questionable behavior himself in the building that day, from what I have heard.
But they were trying to help him nonetheless with the crowd that was coming in.
The Oath Keepers did absolutely nothing wrong.
The Proud Boys members of them led the first breach of the Capitol.
They entered, they went up into the restricted area.
They didn't smash their way into the Capitol.
They didn't try to grab any lawmakers or hang Mike Pence.
One of the men entered Under surveillance video, we could see that was released in the case of Ethan Nordean.
He walked through an open door with Capitol Police standing right there.
Ethan Nordean has been in prison since April of 2021.
And this is the judge who just moved his case.
So those are the two groups that are supposed to be the Trump militia.
But here's what's happening.
I believe the DOJ has accelerated the charges against them, ramping up the media coverage.
So they can use those two groups to head towards to justify criminal charges against Donald Trump.
That would either be conspiring with these groups to attack the Capitol or the obstruction charge that we talked about earlier.
And what about these lawyers?
Has somebody stepped up to help them or are these the usual second grade leftist public defenders?
No, some of them actually have very good attorneys who are putting together very detailed, compelling motions to defend their clients.
Unfortunately, those arguments go nowhere in the courtroom.
And so we are now headed towards a trial.
And there's another wrinkle here, too, that's happening in both of these cases is defense attorneys saying, This January 6th committee, the nonstop coverage, especially in Washington, D.C., is further poisoning a jury pool from a city that voted almost 94% for Joe Biden.
Every jury trial so far, Seb, has resulted in guilty verdicts on every single count in record time.
Now you're adding this hype this craziness, this hysteria from the January 6th committee where they are especially targeting the Proud Boys.
They brought up the Proud Boys again today.
So you even have someone like Judge Mehta, an Obama appointee, who is really helping the government with what they're doing, but nonetheless, even though he earlier expressed skepticism that the committee was going to interfere in what was happening in court, You now see that he is starting to recognize that this really is such a knife's edge against the throats of these defendants in Washington, D.C.
So that's one reason why one of the Proud Boys trials was moved.
And so we'll see the Oath Keepers trial, the first one is supposed to begin, I believe, in August or September.
So we'll see what Judge Maeda decides In terms of how this worked from the January 6th committee, their one-sided narrative is further influencing a jury pool where these people already can't get a fair trial.
And at the same time, Sam, the judges refused to move their trials out of Washington, D.C.
They know they can't get a fair trial.
It's already been proven with the past six trials that they can't.
Now you add this, but the judges will not allow these defendants a fair trial in another jurisdiction.
Yeah, this is perhaps we could spend a whole nother hour or hours on this question.
It's at the bottom of my list right here.
Can somebody who's not a Democrat Get justice in this city.
If you look at what happened to my former colleague Peter Navarro putting leg irons at Reagan Airport, if you look at what happened to Steve Bannon, Manafort, If you look at what happened to Michael Sussman who was guilty at his own you know providing his own evidence from his phone that he was guilty of lying to the FBI which is a felony and of course he's found innocent by the jury in a city that voted 92% For Biden, 93%.
For Hillary, this is the big question.
For those who are politically hounded by a left-wing administration, the book is January 6th.
You've got to get it right now.
How Democrats Use the Capitol Protest to Launch a War on Terror.
I've still got lots of questions to ask, but I'm running out of time.
underscore Kelly too on Twitter and read her writings is the font of information on this topic at American greatness.
That's Chris Buskirk's American greatness, am greatness.com.
That's am greatness.com.
All right.
I've still got lots of questions to ask, but I'm running out of time.
First things first, what has the cost been to you of doing this?
Because there is a price to pay for being a truth teller in a sea of liars.
So what has the last year and a half been like for you, Julie, and your family?
I get that question a lot, and thank you for asking.
I have to say I've I think I told you this.
I feel honored that I'm able to cover this.
I really honestly do.
I feel privileged that I'm in communication with the victims of this prosecution, persecution, and their family members.
I will tell you, I get calls and texts all through the day and night, seven days a week from people who are so desperate they have no one else to reach out to.
They've been abandoned by family.
Friends, they've lost everything.
They've lost their businesses, their homes, their jobs.
They have nowhere to turn.
So I will tell you, I feel, because I'm in a very fortunate situation in my life right now, I feel very honored, to be honest, that, you know, I can tell these people's story.
Hopefully I can give them a little bit of comfort and hope, which is what I tell them when they're so desperate.
They have no one.
I say millions of Americans are praying for you every night.
I know this, I hear.
From them, not millions, but I hear from a lot of people, and I know that that's true.
But, Seb, I honestly, we haven't really suffered that much.
I don't really care what people say about me in the media or on social media, so I think you need a little bit of a thick skin, and I think that luckily I have that.
But, you know, my family has been super supportive, and I'm always grateful for that.
But they also feel an emotional investment into the people who are reaching out.
I get mail all the time.
You know, my daughter or husband will come in and say, okay, here's more prisoner mail.
And really just these really heartbreaking letters from people.
The ones who I get from veterans are really, you know, upset me.
So I think it's more of an emotional toll than anything else.
But look, the story has to be told.
This is my last question.
We've only got a minute left.
I've asked you before, but I want you to say it again in front of our three million listeners and all of our viewers.
Why are you doing this, Julie Kelly?
Well, I'm doing it because it's the right thing.
I'm doing it because my grandparents and my great-grandparents did not build this country, protect the world in World War II, build this country to what it is, so these evil people can tear it down and go after innocent Americans to gratify their sadistic lust for power and for revenge.
And so, you know, I think about that a lot.
She is a modern Valkyrie.
We've got to get her one of those helmets.
Some, you know, a flaming sword because that's who she is.
Keep doing what you do and thank you to Chris Buskirk as well for providing a platform.
It's Am Greatness.
