Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Big Second Amendment win from the Supreme Court
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First.
Let's start with the most important thing.
Not the Supreme Court decision that was passed down just this morning, but something to do with the individual whose name was on that decision.
Happy birthday, Associate Justice Clarence Thomas.
God bless you.
A man with the most infectious laugh in America.
Yes, if you haven't seen it, we'll play it later for you.
The decision is a monumental one.
It comes with regards to New York and their unconstitutional requirement when it comes to proving why you need a gun to carry one outside your home.
New York said, you can have one in your home, but that's it, because the Second Amendment doesn't apply outside your home.
Wrong, New York.
And Justice Thomas has set that in stone with a majority decision that makes New York, or should very briefly, very, very soon, make New York a shall-issue state, meaning
If you pass the requirements for not having a criminal record and you apply for a concealed carry permit, they shall issue the permit because they've lost their case in the highest court in the land.
More to discuss on the issue of the Second Amendment, the 14 fake Republicans in the Senate are pushing forward with their bill that will do nothing to prevent events like Uvalde.
Marjorie Taylor Greene has a message for states that do not have the Second Amendment.
And a 13-year-old child who tried
to kill a cop has admitted that yes that's exactly what i was trying to do of course that is what we are fighting not the weapons the intent and the latest from Uvalde concerning the security the police chief of that school he has been put on leave indefinitely a man who has not given a press conference
Once, since those 19 children were murdered and those two teachers were killed as well.
Staying on the Second Amendment, here is Senator John Cornyn, shockingly of Texas, who had this to say about the largest Second Amendment organization in America, the NRA.
We've worked with the NRA, listened to their concerns, but in the end I think they simply, they have a membership and a business model that will not allow them to support any legislation.
And so I understand where they're coming from, but I think most people will not allow any outside group to veto good public policy.
So utterly detached.
So completely and utterly detached.
Their membership?
Yeah, 3.5 million people.
Now, don't confuse me with things I've said in the past, or don't get confused with what I'm saying today.
The NRA has problems, serious problems.
With the president being re-selected, not re-elected, that's Wayne Lapierre, they have very serious credibility issues at their headquarters in Fairfax, Virginia.
Nevertheless, it is the oldest civil rights organization of its kind.
If it were functioning properly, as it has done in prior elections, it could mobilize literally millions and millions of voters who care about the Constitution and care about our rights.
That's not the case right now, but what Cornyn is saying is not anything relevant to Wayne LaPierre or the Fairfax headquarters.
He's saying that his policy is good policy.
Why?
There is nothing in that bill, not one measure that would have stopped the Valdez shooter.
If you look at the statistics coming out of the Crime Prevention Center under the great John Lott, if you look at the recent piece we discussed here from the Epoch Times, the only two stats that are relevant Or the fact that 97% of recent mass shootings have occurred in so-called gun-free zones.
97%.
On top of that, if you look at the recent mass shootings involving young males, more than 90% of those individuals were under some kind of serious psychiatric medication.
Now, if a bill came along that said gun-free zones are banned because they're insane, they're illogical, and they are magnets for criminals and psychotics.
Remember the Aurora movie theater shooting?
The person who went in to the premiere night of the Batman movie was found in his apartment to have maps detailing all the no-gun areas around him.
All the theatres that had a gun-free zone sign outside them.
And he deliberately picked one where he knew that there would be no one armed.
or that if they were, they were transgressing the local protocols.
Let's stop for a second here.
Okay.
Let's drill down on this question of that sticker.
You've seen the decal.
You've gone to the shopping mall and you've seen on the glass door as you walk in from the car park the sign with a handgun and like the Ghostbusters red line through it.
What kind of person believes that actually means anything?
What kind of child do you have to be?
What mental incompetent do you have to be to think, oh, that decal, that will stop a mugger, that will stop a gangbanger, that will stop a psycho.
How bereft of common sense do you have to be To believe in the logic of a gun-free zone and the stickers on the entrance to the shopping mall.
If, on the contrary, Senator Cornyn had said, no, we're not going to support gun-free zones, on the contrary, we want to use, not, what was it, $40 billion we're sending to Ukraine?
How about we have $1 billion?
Just $1 billion.
I'll settle for Half a million.
NPR gets half a billion dollars a year from you.
So let's take the budget of NPR that is a propaganda around the Democrat Party shouldn't receive any federal funding because that's a contribution in kind.
That's campaign funding.
It's illegal.
Shouldn't happen.
Let's take half a billion dollars.
Let's take 500 million dollars and place an armed veteran at every school district.
Every school in every school district.
Who has a vest that has ceramic plates that is trained to deal with these scenarios with their military background and who has a long arm has an M4 or equivalent and a sidearm.
Now that's a bill that I could support or how about how about a bill that would investigate the rampant use of of very serious psychiatric drug treatments for men under 25 in America.
Now that would be intriguing.
I'd support that.
I'd support my taxpayer money being used for that because maybe we could get to the bottom of why There are mass shootings occurring in 97% gun-free zones and more than 90% of the young males who perpetrate those acts are under some kind of psychiatric drug treatment.
But no.
He's a rhino so it won't happen.
He'll virtue signal and he's not running for re-election.
So he doesn't care.
He's just virtue signaling to the lobbying company and the board of the company he wants to join after he leaves Capitol Hill.

We'll be back with BrightBots' very own Matt Boyle.
Who's breathing it, right? right?
I'm so sorry.
Who was that?
That was me.
Um... Title for that one?
Um... Senator Cornyn... Um... The FBI... Uh, the NRA... And school shootings.
Mm-hmm.
And Fleet?
Um... You said you had something written down?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It was Trump...
That woke up America.
Nice.
It was Trump that woke up America.
Maxon, how's it going, Rumblers, all 600 of you?
Gotta go out and buy yourself some guns now, guys!
Might as well.
Who is it who always says, buy a gun?
Oh, Schlichter.
Schlichter, okay.
Schlichter.
I had a feeling it was.
Buy a gun, leave the cities.
I seriously need to get one.
All right, there you go.
He's on.
Matt.
Dr. G, how are you, sir?
Good, good.
Have you lost your Comrex?
No, I'm down in Fort Lauderdale, so I didn't bring it with me.
I'm going back tomorrow.
No worries.
All right.
Can you play Cut 11, Eric?
Eleven.
Yes, go for it.
We, the President, myself, many of us are deeply concerned and troubled by the Supreme Court's ruling today.
It, I believe, defies common sense and the Constitution of the United States.
Defies common sense?
I'm going to use that.
I'm going to use that.
All right, we'll talk about the SCOTUS stuff.
What's on your plate right now, Matt?
I just did a big interview with Governor Youngkin.
It's going to come out later today.
About five months in office and several things that he's done on education and law enforcement, you know, protecting the Supreme Court justices, you know, so obviously he took action before the Biden administration or Congress ordering the Virginia State Police to protect them, the ones that live in Virginia.
Well, when did he do that?
Because for weeks he did nothing.
And he wrote a letter to Garland.
No, no, no.
For weeks, he did nothing.
And he wrote a letter to Garland.
Oh, Antoinette's calling in.
That smoke dude.
He's blowing smoke up your backside.
No, he wrote the letter respectfully requesting police.
No, dude, I wrote about it when he did it.
Yeah, but first he wrote a letter where he respectfully requested federal agents to be deployed.
It's such garbage.
Don't burnish a guy's lies.
It's just not... No, dude, I wrote about it when he did it.
He ordered the Virginia State Police... But for weeks he did jack shit!
He did nothing!
This was right after the leak.
No, it's not right after the leak!
Okay, dude, I'm gonna fact check you.
That is not true.
I'll find it.
I'll find the link.
I'll send it to you.
It's one of the latest pieces of the road.
It was right at the beginning of this whole thing.
Alright.
40 seconds.
Not coming in with anything?
No, I'm gonna tee up Kamala.
Tee up Kamala.
Cut to 11.
Yep.
Alrighty.
Yeah, you have the card.
I respectfully request to put the mics on mute.
I respectfully request to put the mics on mute.
I respectfully request to put the mics on mute.
I like that, and I like that lady, Jennifer Horn.
Yes, indeed, an immigrant, a legal immigrant to the United States, but I'm traveling with my buddy, another legal immigrant who loves America, Dinesh D'Souza, with our wives to the Holy Land later this year, November, December, for 10 days.
To walk where our Lord and Savior walked the earth.
If you've been to Israel before, that's okay.
You haven't been with Dr. G. and Dinesh.
Join us for the trip of a lifetime.
We'll be there standing on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, at the Garden of Gethsemane, the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.
Even if you've been concerned with the travel restrictions.
They've all been dropped.
Israel knows it got it wrong.
I'm not vaccinated and I'm going.
So join us.
Don't hesitate.
You don't want to miss it.
Call today 855-565-5519 or just go to StandWithIsraelTour.com.
565-5519 or just go to standwithisraeltour.com.
That's 855-565-5519.
Standwithisraeltour.com.
We're going to take your calls momentarily.
Franco, Derek, Antoinette, don't go anywhere.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
But we have to check in with our good buddy.
He is the Washington Bureau Chief for the most influential conservative website out there.
It's Breitbart and he is Matt Boyle.
Matt, welcome back.
Dr. Gorka, always a pleasure, sir.
All right, so on Clarence Thomas' birthday, a document with his signature dropped from the Supreme Court today that has said, New York, sorry, unconstitutional to restrict firearms to the home.
The Second Amendment is clear and you must issue concealed carry permits.
We already have the reaction from the cackler.
This is Kamala with her take on the U.S.
Constitution, Cut 11.
We, the President, myself, many of us are deeply concerned and troubled by the Supreme Court's ruling today.
It, I believe, defies common sense and the Constitution of the United States.
Just a reminder to our millions of listeners, that woman was the chief prosecutor for the state of California and she thinks a constitutional decision that the Second Amendment is the Second Amendment is unconstitutional, Matt.
She's totally psychopathic, right?
Like, so, the Supreme Court has spoken.
This is the law of the land now.
The fact of the matter is that the New York law was totally oppressive and against people's rights, and good thing for the Supreme Court stepping in and striking it down.
This is a huge win for the Second Amendment.
It's proof that, by the way, all these justices that President Trump got confirmed, he appointed and got in the Senate confirmed, to the U.S. Supreme Court made a huge difference.
And they're still making a difference even beyond President Trump's term in office.
So this is just one of several big cases that is still outstanding.
Obviously, we're waiting for the Dobbs decision.
We're waiting for big rulings on the migrant protection protocols from the Trump administration that the Biden administration ripped up to return to catch and release.
We're waiting on more religious liberty cases.
We already had one.
But the fact is, is that the Supreme Court is definitely making a splash right now in the first or the second year of the Biden administration.
There's a lot of big issues before the court.
And they're coming down on the right side, and it looks like on a lot of different things.
And so this should inspire confidence, people across the country, especially-- Oh, go ahead.
No, I mean, it should inspire confidence that Clarence Thomas and others who actually can read the Constitution, unlike Kamala Harris, are doing the right thing.
But help me then explain, we opened the show, we played the cut from Cornyn of Texas, the senator who is the face of this new gun control legislation, how we have seventeen, so fourteen senators, including Mitch McConnell, including Lindsey Graham, who seem to be ignoring It's the people who vote for them, man.
They need a wake-up call, and the voters need to send them a wake-up call.
This is sobering from the U.S.
Supreme Court, I hope, for these moronic lawmakers on Capitol Hill who are trying to curtail the Second Amendment right now.
It doesn't make much sense.
By the way, none of the proposals in this Senate package that just cleared the filibuster today would stop a shooting like Yovaldi.
Nobody wants Yovaldi to happen.
Right?
Like, so to be clear here, like, people that are opposed to this plan, it's not like you support the school shootings.
You just know that this plan won't stop that.
So I challenge Senator Cornyn and every Republican and every Democrat who voted for this nonsense to make a pledge right now to the American people.
If this doesn't stop the problem, and it won't, by the way, will you agree to publicly admit that that is the case and resign your office?
So I think that every person who voted for this legislation in the Senate and everyone who votes for it in the House should make a very clear pledge to their constituents that if and when this plan doesn't stop, doesn't work, they should resign their offices in disgrace and admit that they're failures they should resign their offices in disgrace and admit that they're failures The fact of the matter is that these will not stop these shootings.
What will stop shootings is – more common sense in the communities, more good guys with guns, right?
So school resource officers, right?
What we need to do is we need to have police officers at the schools.
There needs to be one way in and one way out of these schools, right?
Those are things that will work, actually hardening schools.
And by the way, it's worth noting, Cornan's office is lying, right?
They're out there trying to claim that this is a school hardening bill.
It's not.
It's a red flag law bill.
It's a restrictions on the Second Amendment.
There might be some things in there that help with the school resource officers and whatever, but that stuff can be voted on separately.
It doesn't need to be part of this giant package that the Democrats are doing.
to try to curtail the second amendment but i think that if and when this fails and it will because it will it will not solve the problem then the next time they're going to try to curtail rights even more uh then they need to admit that they failed and they need to resign their offices and allow people into office who are actually going to try to solve you know we can demand that but they're not going to do that because they're rhinos but But I'm curious, you know, you cover, you are the chief of Washington, D.C.
You've been doing this for years and years and years.
Why are they doing this?
What is Cornyn's get out of this?
Or Lindsey Graham.
I had a long back and forth with his office yesterday, because we did a big story about how he was saying that, okay, when they first had the first motion to proceed onto the bill, that he joked, he later says it was a joke, but I took it as very serious, that with Senator Sinema and Senator Padilla, that he said, oh, well, first it's the Second Amendment, next it's immigration.
Yes.
And then they later tried to claim it was a joke.
And in our back and forth, his office was claiming that they actually got several concessions from the Democrats and they were able to stop them from doing all this radical stuff in the bill and blah blah blah blah blah.
I actually think that they really do believe their own baloney, right?
Which is that they really do believe that they're trying to steer the legislation in the right direction, whatever.
They don't understand that they're so far into the swamp that they don't get it.
That they're enabling the left by even participating in the stuff.
At this stage, the radical left has demonstrated that they cannot be negotiated with in good faith.
So there's no reason to do anything with them on anything.
I think that's a really good summation.
I think that they are so, what is it, Bongino says they have their heads so wedged up so far up there.
You know what, so they actually believe their own guff.
Yeah, I think they probably do.
I want to hold you on for one more segment.
I've got to ask you about a certain ad from a certain Senate candidate.
But in the meantime, Franco, Derek, Antoinette, John, stay where you are!
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
I want to play.
I'm sure you've seen the, I'm sure you've seen the Greitens video, Yes, I have.
What do you think about it?
Oh, I love it.
We just think it's great.
I love it, too.
I think it's great.
Mission accomplished, right?
Everybody in the world is talking about it.
So we're going to play it, and then we're going to talk about it, all right?
Yeah.
It sounds great.
The Rhinos are terrified.
Can you play Cut 7 for me, Eric?
Go ahead.
We cannot allow New York to become the Wild Wild West.
That is unacceptable.
This decision is created.
We will not allow our city to live in fear that everyone around us is armed and that any altercation could evolve into a shootout.
We will not allow the men and women of the police department to be subjected to further danger, making their already difficult jobs even more horroring.
Horroring.
Former cop, by the way.
Yep.
So sad.
A city where any argument can turn into a shootout.
But hang on, guys.
Come on.
He's got a jacket.
He's got a tuxedo that says gun control on the back.
Come on.
He's a serious man.
He's a serious man.
And if anywhere needs open carry now, it's Manhattan.
It's New York.
Yeah.
Chicago, too, for that matter.
Two and a half minutes.
Imagine if the poor people in downtown Chicago were allowed to carry handguns.
If the single mothers were allowed to have them.
No, that's when they would get rid of the Second Amendment.
Republicans would.
That's what Joy... Oh, that's right!
Because Joy Reid says black Americans don't have guns, right?
And Joy Behar also, too.
Oh, Joy Behar.
God, they're such racists.
Two minutes.
Alright, so I'll do merch, and then I'll tee up Grytons, and then we'll go to Matt.
Grytons, cut nine.
God, that cut is so good.
Can you get Casio, before we get too late, to post eleven, nine, and what's another good one?
Should we do ten?
Yeah.
Let's do that.
Alright, 90 seconds.
Alright.
90 seconds. All right.
70 seconds.
All right.
And you'll tee up great.
All right.
45 30 you
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We are with you.
America First.
Magnificent.
Thank you, Ted.
It's almost like it's a Friday.
Lot the Second Amendment stuff to discuss.
The call board is absolutely full.
We will get to you momentarily.
Big day for all Americans, but especially those living in New York.
But let's not forget, come on guys, it's Pride Month.
You're pro-LGBTQ, aren't you?
Aren't you evolved enough to be a modern man?
I'm completely pro-LGBTQ.

We are back with the Washington Bureau Chief for the mighty Breitbart.com.
He's Matt Boyle, and he's seen this ad already, but you may not have seen it.
It's from Eric Greitens, former SEAL, who's now running for the Senate, and he's going to be on the show later because this campaign ad is driving the left insane.
I'm Eric Wrighton's Navy SEAL and today we're going rhino hunting.
The rhino feeds on corruption and is marked by the stripes of cowardice.
Join the MAGA crew.
Get a rhino hunting permit.
There's no bagging limit, no tagging limit, and it doesn't expire until we save our country.
There is no expiration on the rhino hunting permit, and he affects a dynamic entry with what looks like a SWAT team holding a pump-action shotgun.
Gotta get your take as a seasoned political observer, Matt.
What do you think of that ad?
Well, not only are the left freaking out about it, but the establishment Republicans, the RINOs, are freaking out about it.
By the way, I would say Mission Accomplished by Governor Grassley.
Everybody's talking about this ad.
We're talking about it.
They're talking about it everywhere.
They're only driving his name idea up.
Look, the parallels between Donald Trump and Eric Reiden are so similar.
Both of them are change agents, right, like inside the Republican Party.
Both of them challenge the establishment wing of the party and try to make the party better and more responsive to the average person and drop the rhino nonsense.
And both of them have been targeted with nonsense investigation after nonsense investigation and false allegations that completely collapse repeatedly.
So, and both of them keep shooting up in the polls, right?
Like, so, the fact of the matter is that I think Eric Reagan is the odds-on favorite to win the Republican nomination in the August 2nd primary in Missouri, and I think that he's the odds-on favorite to win the U.S.
Senate seat in November.
Well, look, anything can happen.
They're still establishing people running against him.
And, you know, both Senators Cruz and Hawley have endorsed two different ones of his opponents, and, you know, so there's still an odds-on battle down there, but Gritens is still the favorite here.
If anything, this is only going to help him, no matter what all the political consultants and media people say.
The average person's like, hey, he's right!
These losers in Washington, D.C.
right now are cooking up anti-Second Amendment deals and immigration deals.
All this nonsense.
They want people to pray for them and not do this stuff.
He's got the rhinos, Ward, and we love that, and we'll be playing that later today.
But it's not just the rhinos, it's the left as well.
Do we have Scarborough from yesterday, Joe Scarborough, reacting to that Eric Greitens ad?
Alright, let's play, because this is just priceless.
Play cut.
Rhino is basically, again, it's what really stupid people call other Republicans who disagree with them.
And by the way, stupid people pre-Trump were even calling people rhinos.
And it's for moderate Republicans or Republicans who disagree with them on the insurrection.
But again, here's a guy carrying a gun in with other people and they are hunting out their political opponents.
And again, this is fascism.
It's fascism, Matt.
Total nonsense.
Just absolute and complete total nonsense.
Look, Eric Reagan is terrifying to people like that because he made the centerpiece of his campaign that he opposes Mitch McConnell remaining the Republican leader in the United States Senate.
If you have them on later today, you should ask them about it.
Yes.
He's made that the centerpiece of his campaign.
He's the loudest and the first Republican Senate candidate in America to do that.
And it's working, and that has them terrified.
That's why Karl Rove is out cooking up nonsense against him.
That's why Mitch McConnell is doing all sorts of crazy stuff against him.
Look, I'll tell you, the political consultant class is so scared of this guy, because they know that if he gets in there, he's going to speak the truth.
And frankly, across the board, we have a whole new class of Republicans that are winning Senate nominations around the country.
J.D.
Vance in Ohio, Ted Potter in North Carolina.
We're out of time, Matt, but you made the key point.
Everyone's talking about the ad!
That's why it is golden.
We will discuss with former SEAL Eric Greitens, former governor, here later on the show.
In the meantime, bookmark Breitbart.com.

We'll be talking to the program manager from Prison Fellowship momentarily, but the call board is full!
Waiting first on the line from Iowa, Franco.
Welcome back, Franco.
Hey, Dr. G. You are a busy man, Franco.
You are always on the road.
I am.
I am.
Hopefully, unlike last Friday, I can use my words like a big boy.
But I was a stammering fool.
Oh, no.
Not at all.
It's Friday.
Everybody gets a little bit of leeway on a Friday.
So why are you calling us today?
Thursday?
Well, yeah.
Well, I found out some cigar information.
My nephew, well, my ex-wife's nephew, Jeff.
I just found out recently, have you ever had a Crux cigar before?
He started, Minnesota born and raised.
A Trump cigar?
Did I hear you right?
Crux.
C-R-U-X.
Oh, so Crux.
I have not.
I have not had a Crux cigar.
Check him out.
He's been around.
He did it, I guess, started it in 2013, 2014.
Um, they're manufactured down in Esteli.
I'm sure I butchered that.
Esteli, Nicaragua.
Uh-huh.
But, um, he, he, uh... The kid's incredible.
If you're ever in the cities, you gotta check out his cigar lounge.
You can park a Suburban in his humidor.
Ooh, that sounds good.
And, uh... Oh, and I don't know if he pioneered it, but up around the top of the ceiling, all the way around, there's, like, P.O.
boxes.
Like, three different sizes that you can store your cigars.
In his humidor.
He's got huge leather chairs, huge leather sofas, two-card tables.
My former brother-in-law, Steve, might even be sitting at one of those tables right now, for all I know.
But it's just an incredible store.
Well, thank you for the intelligence.
We're going to check it out.
Crux Cigars.
Love it, Franco.
Stay safe out there.
Let's go to Mark in New Jersey.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you for all you do, sir, for our country.
Don't mention it.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
My comment are two facts.
Number one, war crimes are prevented by just the presence of a gun or guns and are committed with guns.
And number two, it's not as the governor and mayor of New York say, Gun violence is criminal violence.
And if they would put the criminals and stop releasing them out of prison, they would get their crime problem under control.
And by the way, The greatest and the longest-running TV show in this country was Gunsmoke.
They're still doing the reruns with James Arnett.
I know.
I recommend people enjoy it.
Yeah, and I think there's actually a Gunsmoke channel on Pluto as well.
Thank you, Mark.
Fabulous calls.
Don't go anywhere.
Derek, Antoinette, John.
But now we have to connect to Todd Stafford, who is the program manager for the Prison Fellowship Academy.
Todd, welcome back to America First.
Thank you very much.
Glad to be here.
So, Todd, one thing I didn't ask you the last time you were on the show, so much interest has been expressed by our millions of listeners across the country in this amazing academy that helps prisoners transition out into the normal life outside of incarceration.
You grew up in Alaska, in the logging community.
You didn't have connections to the community inside our prisons, but now you are the manager.
Can you tell us about the nature of the classes that you teach, what you do in them, so our listeners can understand more?
Yeah, so we use the curriculum that we have to help them to begin to develop pro-social attitudes.
We challenge them to identify their strengths and their weaknesses and to learn a new value system based on the values of good citizenship.
And so we include topics such as communication, goal-setting, emotions, problem-solving, value formation, and more, so they can begin to build the skills necessary to be a pro-social part of their community.
Ninety-five percent of everyone incarcerated today eventually gets released.
They're coming back to our communities as our neighbors, our coworkers, and so we want to see while they're here, them develop the skills necessary to be a part of their communities in a positive way.
And I'm sure it's hard to express it because it must be such a deep feeling, such an emotional feeling, but when you see the transformation in these prisoners, it must be a beautiful thing to see.
It is to see a life that before only caused destruction, now to produce value.
There's one gentleman, he did the crime, he did the time, he got out, got a CDL driving truck, eventually started his own trucking company, now has several trucks supporting his family, his three beautiful kids, giving back to the community in a positive way where he once was just a destructive force.
How did you get involved in the Academy?
I started as a volunteer in my prison, volunteering in some programming and teaching, actually teaching a class on personal finance.
And then when we were ready to launch Academy here at our prison, um, was one of the people considered for the position and got it.
And, uh, so I already had kind of a track record here in my facility.
And, and so we're got the program up and running and, and, uh, get nice through it.
Well, God bless you and everyone involved.
Thank you for doing what you do.
Find out more, dear friends, and get your free 14-day devotion on my website, sebgawker.com, breaking the cycle of crime tab at the top.
That's sebgawker.com, and breaking the cycle of crime at the very top.
It's Thursday, which means we have to talk to Antoinette.
Welcome back, Antoinette.
Hi, Doc.
Hello, Dr. G. Thank you so much.
I hate this getting sick.
Anyway, Dr. G, I did go back to the Voter Registration Building, so they're correcting some things that we definitely pointed out to them, so we're happy with that.
But they're still counting here in Orange County at the Voter Registration Building.
It's insane!
It's insane!
California, one of the richest states in the Union, is still counting ballots.
It's like we're what?
We're in Rwanda?
We're in, you know, Albania?
And then here's the other thing what we did.
A Voice for the Voiceless.
We've changed our name a little bit because we're growing up and we have a website.
So now this is our new name, Dr. G. I am for the voiceless.
That's us.
I am for the voiceless and the number four.
Okay, and is that iam.com?
All right.
Superb, everybody.
Write that down.
Support this lady and her warriors for the unborn.
I am the number four, thevoiceless.com.
God bless you, Antoinette.
I am the number four, thevoiceless.com.
Let's make that a national phenomena.

Hold on.
Hold on.
One minute.
Tomorrow can't get here fast enough.
The ruling.
I just want that ruling to come out.
I want that to be over with.
Are they doing rulings tomorrow?
Yeah.
Tomorrow's gonna be the day, I believe.
I predict 4.58 it will be dropped.
That would be such a...
Supreme Court thing.
No, it's such a DC thing.
Oh, is there a good cut?
This looks like something short.
Is there a good cut, he asks.
A short one, a short one.
Short?
Oh, MTG!
Oh, six?
No, you know, do MTG, do eight.
MTG, eight.
Want to come in with it?
Mm-hmm.
Okay, we'll come in with that.
Thank you.
And it's our job to defend the second amendment.
But I understand that we don't have guns in the UK.
That is true.
But we don't have mass shootings either.
Children aren't scared to go to school.
You have mass stabbings, lady.
You have all kinds of murder.
And you've got laws against that.
Nothing like the same rates.
Well, you can go back to your country and worry about your no guns.
That's very kind of you.
We like ours here.
You can go back to your country and worry about no guns.
We like our guns here.
There's nobody quite like MTG.
That's Marjorie Taylor Greene from Congress talking to some British journalists who's not a journalist.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
If you like this show as much as we love providing it, support those that make it possible.
Great Americans, great patriots, the president's friend, Mike Lindell.
They want to cancel him.
They banned him from Walmart.
Go to MyPillow.com.
Use my name for up to 66% off.
That's MyPillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A. Derek Cleveland, welcome to America First.
Hey, Dr. G.
I also have an air horn on my truck, too.
So what I'm calling is to share a few things that our church has been proactively doing off First, before I tell you about what... No, you can't say a few things and then first.
We've got two minutes and three more callers.
One thing.
Pick one big thing, Derek.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
First, one of our pastors was elected to a local school board, which you're right, we have to take it back to the local level.
Good.
But the big thing is that—yes, sir—is that our one pastor, him and his family actually were missionaries in Russia during Boris Yeltsin's time for about 10 years.
They actually were arrested only for about a day or two and then kicked out.
Luckily, it didn't get any worse.
And then they spent the rest other two years in between Ukraine and Slovakia.
So my pastor and his family have gone over a few times now because we are connected with a church in Poland.
And they're basically—they set up a—first a church— Okay, Derek, you lost me.
I asked you to be quick, you weren't, stay on the line, you can tell me the story in the break.
Sam Orlando, line one.
Dr. Gorka, thank you.
Go ahead, you've got a minute and a half.
Yes, I'm on it.
So my contact, what I'm getting at now is, we got DeSantis, we got Rick Scott, we have McConnell, DeSantis is saying he'll run against Trump, possibly.
Trump's never been a politician, and DeSantis is a great governor.
He is.
But, political, Scott announced to the United States he was going to run for Senate on the ODC front steps.
I was working there at the time.
Within months after he made Senate, ISIS wrote in ice wrote in and hit hit them for millions because all the illegals are had.
DeSantis needs to hang out and let.
Let Trump have his due.
Let Trump finish the day that he never got to really even begin because he had to fight America while he was fighting everything else around the world.
I agree, and I think DeSantis isn't insane.
He may be more of a politician than President Trump ever is or ever was, but the idea that he'd run against my old boss, he's smarter than that.
Great calls.
I'm going to continue my discussion with Derek.
You can join us on Rumble in the break.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
work wherever you are whatever you're doing stay on this channel yeah hi Alright, Derek, come on, get to the point.
You gotta tell a story quickly on live radio.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
I apologize.
I don't want to waste your time.
I'm sorry.
I probably should have sent an email.
I didn't know if it would come through, though.
Um, so it's just that, um, so I'm sorry.
We have a good size church.
We've been involved the first day of fundraising back when this whole invasion started.
First day, our church raised $20,000 to send over for help.
But so our one pastor and his and some of his family, they've gone over now twice with a church we're affiliated with in Poland.
And I said, first they started with a church, and then they actually rented a warehouse and, you know, a few, two to three hundred cots.
So basically, our pastor would go, you know, he had a small shuttle van, he would look for refugees coming across the Polish border, you know, people that are lost, don't know what to do, and he would connect with them, bring them to the church where, you know, they could just have the basic, you know, a place, a roof, they can connect with their family and other countries, figure out what to do.
It's like a way station.
And to date, that just there has helped 5,000 refugees from Poland.
Wow.
And so you guys were great.
You actually sent me one of those Alensky t-shirts.
And when it came in the mail, I gave it to him as a present because he was irrelevant.
Nice.
And he loved the shirt.
So I just wanted to share that.
And then just that our one pastor last fall was elected to one of our local school boards here.
Um, you know, of course, you know, they were, uh, they were targeting him.
They knew who he was and what he was about.
But just that we understand that also at the local level, that's our only chance.
So just wanted to share that.
Our pastor Justin, him and his family, he was a missionary in Russia for 10 years.
You said, right, right.
No, that's amazing.
That's what I wanted to share.
Thank you for your time.
Stay on the line.
Give Jeff your email because we might want to get the pastor on the show.
All right?
Oh, oh wow.
All right, all right.
Stay on the line.
Stay on the line.
Thanks.
Thanks.
We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
We have to go to the next level.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
A person picking up ballots and running them to the drop boxes.
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad background, bad reputation.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
And in no shape, in no way, in no time is that legal.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
2,000 mules.
In select theaters,
May 2nd and 4th. May 2nd and 4th. May 2nd and 4th. May 2nd and 4th.
May 2nd and 4th.
Up.
America first.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America first.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
I've just seen a video that we're going to try and play for you later.
I'm going to repost it on all my social media feeds with just one question.
Is Kathy Hochul The governor of New York who replaced, was selected to replace Randy Andy Cuomo is Kathy Hochul, the dumbest governor in America.
Do you know what she has done?
The Supreme Court has given down its decision.
New York's refusal to provide Freedom in the Second Amendment, concealed carry, is unconstitutional.
Limiting people's firearms ownership to inside their homes is unconstitutional.
So they have to become a shall-issue state.
Kathy Ockel actually stood in front of the podium today and said, let me point out to the Supreme Court justices That the only weapons at the time were muskets, so I am prepared to allow muskets.
Which, by the way, you imbecile, you cretinous human being, were state-of-the-art military weaponry.
The revolutionaries of our War of Independence had weapons in many cases, Kentucky and Pennsylvania rifles, that were better than the Brown Bessies carried by the British forces.
Yes, better.
So by that logic, you imbecile, I and any New Yorker should have military-grade weapons better than the Federal Forces.
Yes.
Yes, I'd buy that for a dollar.
Let's show you an ad from somebody who knows the difference between a musket and an M4.
He's carrying a very nice combat shotgun.
He's running for the Senate.
He's a former governor.
More importantly, he's a former SEAL.
And this ad is making them go insane.
I'm Eric Greitens, Navy SEAL, and today we're going rhino hunting.
The rhino feeds on corruption and is marked by the stripes of cowardice.
Join the MAGA crew.
Get a rhino hunting permit.
There's no bagging limit, no tagging limit, and it doesn't expire until we save our country.
That's my kind of hunting permit.
No bag limit, no expiration date, and we're just gonna do it till we win.
And we are delighted to have with us the 56th governor of Missouri, former SEAL, future senator, Eric Crichtons.
Hey, Dr. Gorka, great to be on with you.
Great to be on with you, as always.
Now, look, nobody's listening.
There's only about 3 million people on the radio show plus the video stream, so, you know, you can share it with our little family here.
Are you just a troll?
I mean, that video is epic.
Did you just do that to have fun, or were you serious?
Well, you know what?
We're having fun, and what we're serious about is getting rid of the rhinos who continue to stab the American people in the back.
And we are 100% serious that these rhinos have to be held accountable.
The problem in America, the crisis in America is not just because of the left's craziness or the mainstream media's lies.
It's also because of the corruption and the cowardice of the RINO establishment, which continues to stab the American people in the back.
Stabbed them in the back on election integrity.
Stabbed them in the back on spending with Joe Biden's $1.2 trillion Green New Deal.
Just stabbed the American people in the back on their gun rights as well.
I'm supporting the Second Amendment.
We are sick of weak-kneed rhinos who keep giving in to mainstream media lies and working with the left.
So we're coming with a 100% MAGA-champion America First movement, and that's why we're winning this Senate race.
Well, I love the sentiment.
I wish everyone who had an R after their name or who called themselves a conservative candidate had that clarity of expression when it came to their campaign.
It's EricGrytons.com.
Follow him at EricGrytons on Twitter.
Because it is.
Look, this came to me.
He wasn't a Trump fan in the beginning, but he is now MAGA.
When I was told by my colleague in the White House, my boss, Steve Bannon, to read The J.D.
Vance autobiography, Hillbilly Elegy.
And in there, this is a kid who came from a hardscrabble, you know, coal mining, steel working family.
And he paints this picture of the last 60 years when you realize that American families that built America, the backbone of this nation, were betrayed not just by the left, Eric, But betrayed by the establishment Republican Party, and it takes a non-politician from Manhattan, from, you know, Queens, to come in and say, no, I'm going to clean all of it up.
So it's a superb message.
Tell us about the flack, because we played yesterday and earlier today, you know, Joe Scarborough, the ultimate rhino, saying, This is fascism!
You're killing rhinos!
And he didn't mean, you know, the thick-skinned ones from Africa.
So tell us about how, look, this is creating such noise for your campaign.
You must be really happy.
We're extraordinarily happy, Seb.
One of the reasons we're so happy is that thousands of Americans are actually coming out.
They're coming to our website.
They're coming to ericreins.com.
They're buying a rhino hunting permit.
They're signing up for our messages.
They are!
They're signing up for our messages also because our message is extraordinarily clear, which is that the country is in crisis.
We do have to defeat these rhinos.
And when you look at the failures of RINOs over the course of the last six years, you know, we remind everybody that when President Trump was elected, we had a Republican House, we had a Republican Senate, and yet they refused to pass funding for a border wall.
We remind them, Republicans were in charge when they pushed all this nonsense during the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.
So yes, we're taking on the rhinos and you're absolutely right.
We have made the leftists and the rhinos heads explode, which is of course also another metaphor.
But they are absolutely just, you know, attacking us at every turn.
We've got MSNBC, CNN.
We've already been attacked by, you know, in the past by George Soros, by the Satanic Temple, by Karl Rove and Mitch McConnell.
And now, every single leftist and every single rhino in the country is after us, and I think it's a great thing.
When you've got George Soros, the Satanic Temple, and who else did you say?
Oh, Karl Rove!
You know you're a maggot.
I've gone to the website right now, there it is, your rhino hunting permit you can get from Eric today, and it says at the bottom, expires, colon, when we save America.
I have to ask, maybe you don't want to embarrass them, I'll ask you offline if you want.
The dynamic entry team that came in with you, who were those guys?
Were those buddies?
Were those Leos?
Who were they?
Yeah, those are some outstanding guys with both law enforcement and military background.
Exceptional professionals, fantastic patriots who are happy to help us get this message out that we gotta save the country and take on the rhinos.
And what are you carrying?
Is that a Benelli?
Is that an HK?
What is the shotgun you're carrying?
That's just a modified Remington 870.
Nice, classic, old school, love the 870.
Come on, in every police cruiser for decades.
All right, let's talk about guns for the last two minutes.
You're hunting rhinos, the ad is superb, we're going to use it multiple times.
Your reaction to the fact that of the 14, of the 14 so-called Republicans that are bringing this unconstitutional gun bill to the floor of the Senate, it includes Mitch McConnell, Eric.
That's right.
It includes Mitch McConnell, who has stabbed the American people in the back time and time again, which is why I was the first guy running in the country who said, when I'm elected to the U.S.
Senate, I'm voting against Mitch McConnell, because we need to have new, strong America First leadership in the United States Senate.
And it's no surprise that Mitch McConnell, who went after President Trump on January 6th, Mitch McConnell, who's refused to investigate the true origins of the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, Mitch McConnell, who's refused to investigate all of the massive election fraud in 2020, That here he is again, stabbing the American people in the back.
It's just another example of why we need to have new America First leadership in the U.S.
Senate, and it's why I'm running, because we need to have some real MAGA champions fighting for the American people there.
All right, former Missouri governor, former SEAL, a guy who knows how to do a dynamic entry or two.
Go to his website, get your rhino hunting permit today, ericgritens.com.
I do hope Media Matters writes this up.
I hope they are quivering in their underpants in their mommy's basement.
That's EricGrytons.com and at EricGrytons on Twitter.

Same day as Arizona in a few weeks.
Wow.

She's, she's Skyping apparently.
Oh, she's Skyping?
Okay.
I guess so.
Okay.
Good stuff.
According to Jeff.
And Jeff knows.
Alright, two and a half minutes.
all right excuse me can you play me cut two
So yes, the NRA is opposed to this bill, and there are going to be somewhere between 15 and 20 Republican senators that are gonna vote for it, which I think, um, sort of paves the way for even more progress in the future.
Is it just the angle, or is this forehead massive?
Like, there's something just so off about him, I don't know.
Minute 45.
Is that it?
That's it?
That's the cut?
Yeah, that's the cut.
Wow.
70 seconds.
70 seconds.
One minute.
One minute.
and we have her on Skype.
Okay, good.
Congresswoman!
Hello!
Thank you for letting me come on!

Let me read from a certain congresswoman, her Twitter feed at the very top.
This decision, Supreme Court, is a step in the right direction, but we must keep fighting against the left's attempts to attack our Second Amendment rights at a time when the left is pushing to defund the police and release violent criminals onto our streets.
That is from Congresswoman Mary Miller, Illinois' 15th District, and she's with us now!
Congresswoman Miller, welcome to America First!
Thank you.
Thank you for having me.
So uh you were supposed to be in studio last minute you got a bee on the floor there's some kind of vote coming up despite the fact that the January 6th committee is droning on as we speak uh let's talk about your tweet let's talk about the fact that this let's talk about rhinos conservatives and the American people because you've got 14 senators
who want to curtail Second Amendment rights, put in Second Amendment anti-red flag laws, and they have the letter R behind their name.
And at the same time, you've got Clarence Thomas and a six-judge justice majority in the Supreme Court bring down this decision about New York.
Your reaction to all of this?
Are we winning?
Are we losing?
Are the RINOs still in control?
Well, this is a big win for the Second Amendment, for the people, for our constitutional rights.
Thanks to President Trump for, again, fulfilling his promises and for putting in constitutional justices.
You know, I just can't thank President Trump enough for that.
But the battle will never end.
I heard someone say the other day that evil never retreats on its own, only when it's confronted by a more powerful force.
And I have to say that one thing the Democrats have gotten used to is Republicans that don't fight.
If they do fight, it's on the defense.
One of the reasons we loved President Trump is he fought on the offense for the good of America and that we're going to continue that fight and we're going to fight against the rhinos who are frauds and are betraying their constituents.
Well, God bless you.
Talk to us about the January 6th fake committee, the witch hunt, the Inquisition.
Are people losing interest in Illinois, and do you think on the long term that this would boomerang back on the Democrats in the midterm election year?
Well, the only reason people are paying attention in my district is, well, number one, my opponent voted for the January 6th Witch hunt.
And they are not happy about that.
They're very upset that Rodney Davis voted for the January 6th commission.
Everybody knows it's an attack on President Trump.
But no, people want Biden to focus on getting our gas and energy going, secure our border, and advocate for the American people.
From day one, he's been dismantling all the good things President Trump did.
We've got whiplash going from America first to America last.
My husband and I are farmers in the district, and just the energy issue, how it's impacting regular people and farmers is significant, and that's what people care about.
Yeah, that's a very good way of putting it.
The American people getting whiplash from going from America first to America last.
Well, let's look at what Biden is concentrating on, if you can decipher what he says.
Here's just a 15-second clip of his priorities when it comes to America and energy.
Cut four.
And we're investing almost $100 billion in public transit and rail.
For all the studies show, That it will take millions of cars off the road and significantly reduce pollution if there's a serious transportation system available.
A hundred billion dollars to take millions of vehicles off the road.
How is America going to function?
This is a nation where we transport food, baby formula, gas by the road.
How disconnected is this administration, Congresswoman?
Oh my—weak.
He's a weak and incompetent man that doesn't belong there.
I've been calling for his impeachment for over a year with the Freedom Caucus, which I belong to.
Not only that, they're deceivers.
They just lie about things.
But I can tell you that the people in—the Illinois 15, we are—I call us salt-to-the-earth people.
We want to be productive.
We want the government to do what the main things that they should do, like getting our gas and oil going, securing our border.
This whole energy thing is all about power and control.
The communists couldn't take over under the term communist, so they took over under the green energy thing.
They're going to bring us to our knees over this, and this whole going to the electric batteries.
It's all about China instead of being for America first.
The people in my district miss President Trump.
That's why I'm super excited about the rally that's happening Saturday.
He's coming to the district to do a rally for me.
We've got tens of thousands of people going.
They're very excited.
They loved President Trump.
Well, that's very, very exciting.
We need to be watching that rally this weekend.
As you travel your district, Congresswoman Miller, are you meeting people?
I'm so curious, given the last 16 months and the disastrous economy, national security, the border.
Are you meeting people who admit to you that they weren't Republicans or that they weren't political, but who now are energized to get engaged?
Are people waking up in Illinois?
People are awake, yes.
And people are alarmed.
I think, well, now we're in a primary.
And, you know, there's places that score a vote, CPAC, Liberty Score.
And I think people are shocked when they go type in candidates such as Rodney Davis and find out he's doing all these ads, calling himself a conservative.
He actually has an F voting record.
He's for amnesty.
He's for red flag gun confiscation.
He voted for the January 6 Commission.
He voted to send another $40 billion to Ukraine.
The people are outraged that they've been betrayed by their own people, the Republicans, and they're tired of it.
And the primaries are an opportunity for them to vote the frauds out.
Well, we don't like politicians here.
We like citizens who just happen to be temporarily politicians representing your district.
And that's exactly who Mary Miller is.
Follow her at RepMaryMiller and also MaryMiller.House.Gov.
Congratulations!
On getting my old boss to that rally at the weekend.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Three minutes.
Okey dokes.
Alright.
What do?

C segment.
of you guys watching on Rumble.
Welcome, welcome, welcome.
You guys ready for this third hour coming up soon?
It's going to be a good one.
Thank you.
90 seconds. 90 seconds.
Callers this segment?
Uh, possibly.
Uh, I need to do the cut from Eric Adams.
Uh, oh, yes, yes.
And we have the HOKL cut.
Oh, good!
It's 32 seconds long. 50 seconds.
50 seconds.
Yep.
Let's go.
Let's go.
Can't handle the truth?
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
All right, we promised it to you.
The calls are coming in.
Randy, Matt, don't go anywhere.
However, we have the whole call cut.
But first, we have the mayor of New York, who shockingly, shockingly, is a former law enforcement officer.
This is Eric Adams' response.
I don't think he gets the concept of irony.
This is his response to the Supreme Court saying, yeah, the Second Amendment applies to the state of New York as well.
Even more horroring?
Can he not?
He's reading.
He's reading from a sheet of paper.
The word is harrowing.
And dude, the really expensive suit you've got, it doesn't go well with the earring.
Pick it, okay?
Go punk, go cool, or go Italian handmade suit.
The two together?
Nah.
And New York can't become the Wild Wild West and we can't be afraid if people have guns.
Have you been to New York, Mayor Adams?
I'm just curious whether you've been to New York lately since, you know, Rudy Giuliani left your office.
What a massive disappointment.
But is he dumber than the governor of New York?
Here she is, Kathy Hochul, not elected, you know, selected, when Randy Andy kind of had issues with his hands and other parts of his body.
She has reacted thusly to the Supreme Court saying, yeah, Second Amendment applies to New York.
And I'm sorry this dark day has come.
That we're supposed to go back to what was in place Since 1788, when the Constitution of the United States of America was ratified.
And I would like to point out to the Supreme Court justices that the only weapons at that time were muskets.
I'm prepared to go back to muskets.
I don't think they envision the high-capacity assault weapon magazines intended for battlefields as being cover for it, but I guess we're just going to have to disagree.
The high-capacity assault weapon magazine, so that's the problems.
So I can have an M4, I can have a machine gun, but it's the magazines, is it?
They didn't envisage them?
You mean the state-of-the-art muskets that were the best of the best?
Well, I get the best of the best now, and so does every New Yorker.
And by the way, Governor Hochul, you don't get to decide.
Okay?
The Supreme Court has said your laws against constitutional carry in New York are illegal.
Tough nuggie!
End of story, my dear.
Ah!
Getting frustrated.
Let's count to ten and let's celebrate Pride Month.

Waiting patiently in Texas.
Randy, line one.
Good afternoon, Dr. Gorka.
I'm a baby boomer, and I'm a Vietnam veteran and military retired.
And the oath that I took in defending the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, has not retired with me, of course.
But I'd like to pass a statement on to other baby boomer military retirees like myself.
This is just one statement I have.
As a young man, I served my country and defended it for my country.
I don't want to have to be an old man now that has to go against my country.
And I just want to pass that out there.
I pray every day it doesn't come to that.
Well, I thank you for your service, Randy, but prayer isn't enough.
Prayer is essential, but prayer isn't enough.
So the way we prevent that is that we get engaged.
I don't care how old you are.
I don't care what you've done in the past.
I don't care about your socioeconomic status today.
We have to get politically engaged.
I don't mean voting.
I mean everything else.
I'm supporting my local candidate and I'm doing some other things as well.
Good, good.
But the thing we need the most is election officials and poll observers.
Stay on the line.
Thank you for your service, Randy.
Let's give Randy a signed copy of Defeating Jihad.

We're going to go to your calls momentarily, but first, I promised that I would do this to somebody out there who got a little heated under the collar.
He is a comedian.
He goes under the Twitter handle of TimRunsHisMouth.
I've been in touch with him over the years via DMing.
He wanted to invite me on Dave Webb's show when he was guest hosting.
He had some kind of podcast at the Never Trump Washington Examiner, which should have been my first warning.
But, Mr. G, do you know who Tim, this so-called conservative Tim Young is?
Yeah, I saw the tweets this morning.
Alright, but did you know who he was before?
Have you heard of him?
Yes, I have.
Any opinion?
I know you've got a very keen sense politically.
What do you know of him?
Any sense about him?
I liked him, minus some of the stuff lately.
Okay, which has to do with what?
Too much on the anti-Ukraine.
Yeah, this is the problem with you, Tim.
Now, I've been inviting you since you got a little bit libelous this morning on Twitter.
Yeah, you actually committed libel.
So, you're not a crazy leftist, so I invited you on the show.
I gave you the VIP hotline number.
I gave you, you know, my cell phone number.
We've known each other for years.
But you didn't respond to the DMs.
Why, Tim?
Can't you argue the merits?
Let's give our three million listeners and everybody watching on the video feed a little bit of the background.
So you made fun of Ukraine.
Well, you've actually been pretty much on the side of Putin for ages.
You've been slamming Ukraine.
You've been slamming Zelensky.
The recent visit by Ben Stiller prompted a tweet by you saying, if Ben Stiller can be a war expert, then Lizzo can solve world hunger.
Kind of lame.
And I just asked the following.
I said, war expert, in quotes.
Would that include yourself?
Would that include you, Tim?
Because you've been making a lot of geopolitical and geostrategic statements regarding the first war on the European continent between Russia and somebody else since, oh, I don't know, 1945.
And your response, instead of arguing your credentials, was to say, Gorka shills for celebrity photo ops in the Ukraine.
No, I'm asking whether you know anything about national security.
That's my question.
To which I replied, I'll take that as a no, Tim, that you don't have the credentials.
And then he goes on to slander me again.
I invited him on the show and I DM'd him.
Enough with the straw man arguments.
Tim, come on the show.
Argue your side.
Don't do the slander thing.
That was at 9.47 a.m.
I sent him a message again at 9.49, 1 p.m.
and 3.41.
No responses from Tim Young.
Is that because you live in the Twitter world and you're too afraid to argue why you support Putin and not Zelensky?
See, this is a problem.
If you're a conservative, you have balls, Tim Young.
You have a spine.
I invited you here to argue your side.
The fact that you refuse to come on here means you have no testicles.
I don't know if you're going trans.
Doesn't matter.
You've still got XY chromosomes.
I'm sorry, Tim or Timaya or whatever you wish to be.
You have to stand up for your arguments outside of social media.
Oh, and the last thing you tweeted was, Dude, you're selling Zelinsky t-shirts?
Yeah, and you know what?
I'd be selling George Washington tabards if I were around during the Revolutionary War because I support freedom fighters against usurpatious empires Or Russian KGB colonels invading independent states.
So yeah, whether it's George Washington or whether it's the president of a nation invaded by a murderous KGB thug, you betcha, Tim.
Choose whose side you are on before we really work out who you really are.
You've got my number.
Call in anytime.
Let's go to your calls.
John, San Diego.
Welcome.
Sebastian, this ground-home woman knows nothing about guns.
First, the Founding Fathers had had 200 years of technological advancements in firearms when they wrote the Second Amendment.
Yes!
And both the Puckle Gun and the Gerondoni repeater rifle, which were both semi-automatic rifles, existed, so they knew all about it.
Yes.
And that's for Biden claiming that your only choice is to support...
Bingo.
And by the way, it's not Granholm.
That's the cackling Secretary of Energy.
It's Hochul.
He hadn't ran oil prices up to $80 a barrel last year.
Putin could never have afforded to wage his war this year.
Bingo, bingo.
And by the way, it's not Granholm.
That's the cackling Secretary of Energy.
It's Hochul.
It's the governor of New York who says, yes, well, you know, I will-- I will decide what the Supreme Court decision means, and I will allow you to carry a musket concealed, which is rather difficult because the musket is about six foot long.
But yes, you're absolutely right.
The Putin regime would not be able to be launching 70,000 shells a day into eastern Ukraine were it not for the fact That we went from being an energy exporting nation to being a nation, thanks to Biden, that doesn't export oil and gas, but has to get on bended knee.
I don't know if he's going to be able to stand up again after that bicycle accident, but getting down on bended knee.
To beg Venezuela, to beg Saudi Arabia to sell us cheaper oil.
That's on you, Biden.
And you're making the Russian invasion all the more possible.
Great call.
Thank you, John.
Don't go anywhere.
Les and Matt, this is America First.
I'm your host, Sebastian Gorka, coming to you live from the Reliefactor.com studios.
Reliefactor.
Pain relief that works, pain relief that's real, pain relief that is liberating almost half a million Americans right now, me included.

Mr. Gorka, it's an honor to talk to you.
I'm also an immigrant since August 9, 1968.
I love this country.
This country owes me nothing, and I owe it everything.
That's why I served.
Wow.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Oh my gosh.
My son has just texted me.
He's buying gas in California.
California!
And he's got a photograph of the pump that says $7.35 per gallon.
And I said, yeah, yeah, yeah, I get it.
You're in California.
But then he said, look at the sticker next to it.
In California.
They've got the Biden I did it decals on the gas pumps.
Oh, yeah.
It's happening, dude.
It is happening.
By the way, Jeff, you're absolutely right.
Tim... What's his name?
Tim Young?
Tim Young doesn't have the balls, but let's get somebody on the show to debate, right?
You find somebody who says they're a conservative, but who's on the side of Putin and thinks, you know, Zelensky, the Jew, is a Nazi, and I'll debate them.
I'll debate them for an hour.
I'll shred them in about 30 seconds, but let's find somebody and get them on the show.
In the meantime, Les, Sacramento, line four.
In memory of the great Rush Limbaugh, dittos from Sacramento near Rio Linda, California.
U.S.
Air Force veteran here.
Love it.
Since Governor Hochul says we can own guns that the colonists have, John mentioned that the Puckle gun, invented in 1718, a flintlock machine gun, I think car firearms should make a version Of the puckle gun that we can own in California and New York.
Hang on, hang on a second.
I think we should have Gatling guns.
Because Gatling guns are manually operated.
I mean, that is a legal machine gun.
What do you think?
New York.
Car firearms should make Gatling guns in New York.
What do you think, Les?
I'm in!
Alright, God bless.
As a U.S.
veteran, I'm in.
Stay on the line.
You deserve a signed copy of Defeating Jihad.
Let's go to Matt in North Carolina.
Hello, the Commander of Conservative Radio.
Welcome.
What's your comment?
What's your question?
My comment is, two days ago, a trusted friend on another show said the gas price in Cuba is $3.03 and $0.08 a gallon in Venezuela.
I mean, yeah, Venezuela.
in Venezuela.
I mean, yeah, Venezuela.
I got it.
No, I believe you.
What do you think about that?
What is your thoughts on that, sir?
Well, I believe you.
I mean, those are communist countries.
I mean, those are communist countries where the state decides the price.
They could say a gallon of gas is two bananas if they wanted to, because there's no supply and demand, there's no actual free market, so they can make it up as they go along.
So I'm not surprised that America has now got higher gas prices than communist Cuba or Venezuela.
But don't worry.
If they can make it even worse here, they will.
Because you heard him, they want to get millions, millions of internal combustion engine vehicles off the roads.
Because hey, who should get to choose what they drive in America?
Thank you, Matt.
Next up, we're going to have a former Green Beret who is doing sterling service in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Nick Freitas.
Don't forget, 2,000 mules.
SalemNow.com.
If you haven't seen it, why not?
I have a vested interest because it's the truth.
It's the evidence of how they stole the election.
2,000 mules from Dinesh D'Souza.
Go now.
SalemNow.com.
Salem now.com. Salem now.
Salem now.com.
Thank you.
Thank you.
. .
Welcome, dear friends, to America First 101, with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
I love to do this show.
Sometimes I have to be somewhere else.
Salem has me traveling the country, especially in election years.
This year is no exception.
So then I have to pick a guest host.
I'd like to pick it amongst people who are known to you, our dear listeners, and now and again I've been resorting to, I don't know what possesses me, a certain former weapons sergeant from the Green Berets.
He's known as Uncle Jimbo, and instead of having regular guests on the show last time, I think he filled Welcome to America First.
three hours guest hosting with everybody he knew from the Green Berets.
One of those individuals who is now a state representative in the Commonwealth of Virginia is a known quantity to me, and he performed so well when Jim Hansen was in the chair that I've decided to invite him for a one-on-one.
Nick Freitas, welcome to America First.
It's great to be back.
All right, so you've been on my radar for years with...
We've bumped into each other at various political events.
Then you came on the show when Jim was hosting a week ago or two weeks ago.
And I wanted to get you back, not simply because of your performance then with Jim, but because of something you said in the assembly maybe a month or two months ago.
It's a slightly longer cut, but it is It cuts to the core of the problem with politics in America today.
So let's listen to what Nick has to say about a certain political party.
I've never gone on this floor, Mr. Speaker, and suggested that the other side of the aisle were racist because they didn't agree with my particular policy positions.
I've never suggested they were sexist because they didn't agree with my particular policy positions.
But I'm keeping a running tally so far of this session.
We're not very far into it.
And almost every day, almost every day, someone on the other side of the aisle either gets up and either subtly Or comes right out and suggests that if you don't agree with them on policy, well then you're not a Christian.
You're a sexist.
You're a bigot.
You're a racist.
But the moment someone actually stands up and says, wait a second, no, I'm not going to accept that.
If you want to debate me on the merits of our particular policies, I am happy to have that discussion.
But the moment you claim With no evidence other than, we don't agree on a particular policy position.
The moment you claim that that makes us racist or sexist or bigoted, Mr. Speaker, I've got news.
This was tried during the election cycle.
You had a lot of parents coming to their local elected officials, asking questions about what was going on in their schools.
And the initial response was, oh, it's not there.
And then when they saw evidence that it was, based off of what their kids were coming home and saying to them, and they went back and reissued the concern, then they got told, oh, well then you must be a racist.
Because that has been the repeated narrative coming from certain members of the other side of the aisle.
And there's been a lot of times where we've sat here politely and just took it.
Mr. Speaker, not this time.
I'm tired of it, my constituents are tired of it.
Because when these claims are made, they're not just made against Governor Youngkin, they're not just made against us, they're made in part against the people that elected to send us here.
And I don't know a single person in this chamber that I would define as racist, or sexist, or bigoted.
We have very different ideas about how to get to particular end states where all Virginians can be happy, healthy, prosperous, and free.
But just so I'm very clear, will I be nice this session?
I would certainly like to be, but I'm not about to sit here and listen to that, Mr. Speaker.
And then go home to my constituents and have them ask me, why didn't you stand up and defend us?
Delegate Freitas, that was a superb speech.
We need more of that.
We'll talk about why you had to make it in a second.
But first, talk to us about your journey from being a weapons and intelligence sergeant in the Green Berets and then ending up in the Virginia House of Delegates.
Yeah, back when I had a respectful occupation.
Well, no, I enlisted in the Army right out of high school.
I also got married right out of high school.
My wife and I got married at 19.
Married for 23 years now.
Did a couple of combat tours in Iraq.
And when I got out of the service... But you were 82nd Airborne first.
Yeah, 82nd Airborne.
And then you did the Q selection course.
Yeah, 82nd Airborne, 25th Infantry.
In fact, I just moved over to the 25th Infantry when September 11th happened.
And that's when I sat down and talked with my wife and said I was going to volunteer for Special Forces.
Went through the Q course.
And that was a function of 9-11?
Yeah, it was.
Because at that point, we were largely a peacetime army.
And as much as I liked the army, I was considering at that point actually getting out and becoming a police officer.
And when 9-11 happened, we all knew what we were going to be doing for the next at least decade at that point is what we thought, but it ended up being much longer.
And Special Forces was the surgery I wanted to go on because I watched what they were doing in Afghanistan and how they were conducting operations.
And that's what I wanted to be.
And so I had an opportunity to go through the Q course, served with 1st Special Forces Group, did a couple of tours in Iraq.
Loved being a Green Beret.
Absolutely loved being a Green Beret.
I was on my second tour in Iraq when Obama got elected.
And I remember at that point in 2008, we had just gotten to just trying to get outside the wire and do your job.
And keep in mind, this is not a unit full of a bunch of younger soldiers.
We're all mature, older soldiers, senior non-commissioned officers.
And the amount of rigmarole that you had to go through just to go do your job was horrendous.
And we knew it was going to get worse, and it did.
And so there was actually three people on a team of 12 guys that decided, we're out.
We're not re-enlisting.
And that was a tough decision.
Because you couldn't do your job.
That was mainly the reason.
If you're going to tell me, like all of us understood when we went to Special Forces, we're going to spend a lot of time away from our families.
We all understood that we're going to be in dangerous situations.
But originally we'd had the freedom to conduct operations and to be trusted to conduct those operations in a professional manner.
And it felt like we were getting to the point where it was just PowerPoint after PowerPoint and restrictions.
Lawyers getting in the way, the White House getting in the way.
Oh, it's amazing how the, what is it, Clausewitz says that war is politics by other means.
Well, we have no idea when it becomes so political that it becomes impossible to actually conduct the war in an effective manner.
And that drove a lot of us to leave at that point.
So you separated in 2009?
2009, yeah.
You worked counter-IED for a private company, correct?
Yeah, I worked for a company that was founded by former special forces.
I did a lot of work in the counter-IED intelligence analysis, counter-terrorism analysis, things of that nature.
And then, why on earth do you want to become a politician?
I did it!
I had a friend of mine... The first time I got asked to run for office, I was involved because from the time I was little, my mother had been the head of a Republican women's organization and she always impressed upon me that it was important to be involved.
And so that's where I was involved, on a volunteer basis and helping out with other candidates and things of that nature.
The first time I got asked to run for office, I was like, no, I'm not doing that.
And the second time I got asked, my wife really sat down and talked to me and she goes, you know, you talk a lot about the various issues, about the problems that are going on in the country at a philosophical level.
She goes, if you're not willing to go in when people are asking you to.
She goes, that's not really the guy I know.
And your wife always knows how to get you.
So ran for office, had a really good friend that helped out.
I still work with him now.
And ran for the House of Delegates and won that seat.
And when was that?
This was in 2015 is when the election was sworn in in 2016.
Yeah.
And then the last six years?
It's been interesting.
It's kind of a unique thing.
I represent James Madison's district.
30th district.
Yeah, and I tease my constituents that this district started off with James Madison and now you got me.
But no, it's been interesting on a number of levels, not just to see what's gone on in the Commonwealth of Virginia, because when I came in, we had a 64-seat Republican majority.
And now we have a two-seat Republican majority, and there was a hiatus in there for two years where we didn't even have that.
We're in the minority.
And I saw what happened when Democrats controlled the governorship, the Attorney General's office, the Senate, Lieutenant Governor, House of Delegates, and it was amazing.
Because you could tell what they were going to do next by, whenever they started a sentence with, nobody wants to insert blank.
Nobody wants to take your guns.
Nobody wants to teach CRT to your kids.
And you found out as soon as they got power, that's exactly what they wanted to do.
And the fundamental shift in the way that the parties look at what this country means and what it represents, I think, has changed drastically since I was younger.
Right, well I still haven't got to unpack what the reason was for that speech you gave at the beginning.
I think it's a crucial, crucial new way of looking at politics in America.

Nick, I have a certain role that I have accepted.
it It's to be pugnacious.
It's to be leaning in.
I'm not paid to be nice, especially when it comes to the other side.
I'm at peace with it.
Members of my family, certain members of my family, think you could dial it back a little bit, Dad.
I've got my concept of operations, I've got my mission brief, this is what I'm happy with.
That speech you gave, that we played a clip from, speaks to that issue a little bit.
That we are told we should be nice, that Republicans should be nice.
And my argument is, why should we be nice, when not just you or me, or my former boss the President, but 64 million Americans are being called deplorable?
are being called ultra-mega, are being called racist, are being called Islamophobe, homophobic, Nazis by the end of the Trump administration.
Tell us what it's like after six years to be in the same building as people who, I don't know whether behind closed doors they believe it, but when they make public statements, they say, yes, you're a Republican, therefore you must be a fascist.
Can you work with these people?
Is it a show?
Do they truly, truly believe it?
Talk to us.
For some people, it's a show.
For some people, I think they truly believe it.
And you can usually see the distinction pretty quickly.
Honestly, I have less respect for the people that are just putting on a show.
I'd rather someone be intellectually honest.
If that's what you really think, then tell me, and now I know the paradigm that we're operating within.
But also, I get that, but if they're honest about it, it's also demented.
I mean, 64 million Americans are Nazis.
It's unhinged.
But to some degree, it kind of makes sense with this postmodernist nihilistic philosophy is that you have to convince everybody that your opponent is just naturally a horrible, evil human being.
And that's why you shouldn't even listen to the argument they make.
And I didn't first the first time I experienced that in the General Assembly was actually in 2018.
And it was after the Parkland shooting.
And I gave a speech on the Second Amendment.
And I didn't think anything of it.
I was just trying to stand up and defend why it is that we both want to protect children and protect the individual's right to be able to defend themselves.
At the same time.
At the same time.
These are not conflicting or contradictory positions.
So I gave a seven-minute speech.
4.
Four Democrats left the floor in tears.
The entire Democratic caucus requested a 15-minute recess to compose themselves.
Hang on, hang on.
Did you insult them?
No.
Did you threaten them?
No.
For days, they had been calling us Nazis.
They had said that we were the equivalent of segregationists, that we were the equivalent of engaging in mass resistance, which is kind of a dog whistle to being a racist.
Did any of you leave in tears when they did that?
No.
No, of course not.
We were able to have conversations like adults.
The one thing I said, here's what frustrated them.
Because they compared us to segregationists, and I said, let me tell you something.
I said, I have a real problem with being compared to segregationists, because last time I checked, it was not my party that supported slavery, that fought against women's suffrage, that locked up Japanese-Americans in internment camps, that supported mass resistance, that supported Jim Crow.
That was the Democrat Party.
You said that on the floor?
I said that on the floor.
Okay.
Which is all statements of fact.
You know what it is?
It's hard history, Sebastian.
It's hard history.
And they were furious by this.
Now, I caveated that.
When I said all of that, I then said, now, I don't believe a single member of the current Democratic Party sitting in this room believes those things or would have supported those things.
But I don't appreciate you bringing up the sins of your party's past and projecting them onto us every time you want to try to make a strong point.
And they just lost their minds.
And for the next two days on the house, I was a racist.
I was a mean person.
And it was incredible because some of these were people that we might have disagreed on policy, but we get a friendly conversations and it changed almost overnight because of that.
So let's stop there and talk about that.
So what are the consequences and what are the conversations like?
Because we know on the floor it's a little bit different.
We know in Congress people say things that they know they can actually legally get away with.
You can't be sued for libel from the floor of the Congress, which explains Adam Schiff, for example.
So what was it like, for example, There was one member from the other side of the aisle who actually came to my office the next day.
I have a lot of respect for him.
Again, we don't agree much on policy.
in terms of working with these people or trying to work with these people.
Sure.
Well, there was one member from the other side of the aisle who actually came to my office the next day.
I have a lot of respect for him.
Again, we don't agree much on policy.
But he came to my mind, he goes, Nick, I need you to explain why you said what you said.
Oh, really?
So he was curious.
He did.
And we had a great conversation.
And again, it's not like we left that room agreeing with one another on the policy, but he actually made a concerted effort to listen, to listen, to understand perspective and to share his in a way that I could receive it and understand where he was coming from.
And to this day, I still consider him someone that I respect and admire and can work with.
A lot of other people's approach was just to simply put me in a particular category, and now I was a mean person.
Now, the people on their side of the aisle, they get up almost on a daily basis.
And that's not an exaggeration, almost on a daily basis.
And every time they talk about a situation, there's always this insinuation that if you don't agree with them, the only explanation could be that you're a bigot or a sexist or you're ignorant.
We don't have the same reaction to them.
And I think to some degree, it's almost because we know they're putting on a show.
But I've gotten to the point where, no, you're not just, I realized one day, you're not just You're saying it to my constituents.
You're calling my constituents this.
And now, now I'm pissed off.
Because I can take a lot, but you don't have any right to accuse the people that put their faith in me to come here, to not only vote the appropriate way and carry the right legislation, but to actually make an argument for what they believe in a way that they can be proud of.
You don't have a right to call those people that and go unanswered.
Has that day when you made that speech, either the Second Amendment one or the one we played a clip from, has it made your life harder?
Your job easier?
Has it clarified things?
What is the... Well, like you said, I never went into politics with this attitude that I was there to be adversarial.
I knew we were talking about adversarial issues, but not adversarial.
And it's gotten to the point where I would love it if we could have difficult conversations with one another and still You know, be okay afterwards.
I've come to the conclusion that with a lot of people on the other side of the aisle, that's not possible.
And I'm not going to stop telling the truth.
I always try to tell it in the most effective way possible.
I always try to tell it in a way that, you know, corresponds with my faith.
But I'm not going to stop saying it because it makes you uncomfortable.
And that's what they've done now is they've created this situation where the moment they are offended, we're all supposed to shut up.
And whether or not we're offended is irrelevant to them.
Well, that's not a dialogue.
No.
And I'm not willing to accept that.
Right.
We're bad people.
We think that they are human beings who have really bad ideas.

It would be seriously remiss of me if I didn't ask you this question, given your background.
So, you know my background, so I I'm an immigrant, a legal immigrant.
I naturalized in 2012, ended up in the White House working for President Trump.
But for about the last decade, I had quite a close relationship with Bragg.
I've been teaching as a guest instructor on the Q course, the 18 Alpha Officers course, and also the Warrant Officers, the 180 Alpha.
as well and i love it and i love those guys especially when you're talking to warrants you know who've had nine nine tours in the sandbox you're not teaching them anything you're standing there with the cadre just listening to what they have to say but uh given that association what we've witnessed in the last 16 months You're well plugged in with your brotherhood back at Bragg and elsewhere.
Your reaction, your comments to what is politely termed the wokification of the American military, what we've seen in terms of the pride flag being flown over the Air Force recruits in that recent Twitter ad.
Mark Milley saying, yes, we have.
I'm white and we have to understand white rage.
How bad is it?
What are you hearing?
And how concerned are you as a former operator?
Well, people are, people are very frustrated because they feel like it was, I saw this tweet today and they were talking about, you know, the Navy pushing for safe spaces and like, you know, it used to be that the safe space the military was responsible for was the United States and keeping it safe from foreign militaries and foreign threats.
Um, now all of a sudden, The military has once again become a petri dish for social engineering for the left, and there's a lot of frustration because, again, if you go into the military, and I think especially certain careers in the military that you know are going to put you in a great deal of danger, there's a certain expectation that you're going to have a strong grip on reality because you don't get to play the games that we do in the sociology class at Cal Berkeley when it gets to the battlefield.
Things like biology matters, reality matters, and when you start to ignore that, Um, people die from that.
That's not a, this is not the typical Elizabeth Warren where, you know, if you don't agree for every regulation she likes, you want people to die.
No, we operate in an environment where people die when we don't recognize reality for what it is.
If you deny reality, there are costs.
There is.
And there's no avoiding them.
Um, and so I think people are getting to the point where, and you see the same thing within law enforcement as well, whenever you require people to go into dangerous situations, And then you require them to repeat or regurgitate or believe things that are obviously untrue or don't correspond with reality.
You're putting them in additional danger.
And what you're inevitably doing at that point is you're teaching those people to essentially not do the most dangerous parts of their job.
Because that's where there's risk involved.
And that risk is not just the physical risk of getting hurt.
That risk now is associated with legal realities that never existed before.
And so if you say the wrong thing, even if it's factually true, but it's not politically popular, Your career can be over.
We're going to do one of two things in that scenario.
You're either going to drive people out or you're going to cause them to modify their behavior in a way that's not conducive to the actual mission that they signed up.
So which is it going to be?
What's our expectation?
Whether it's the vaccine mandates, whether it's a workification, what is going to happen to the military fighting force of America?
You're going to see more and more people leave.
And I think the other thing that is going to be really critical about this next election cycle is not just who we elect as president or members of Congress or members of the Senate or House and Senate.
It's going to be what we do with the actual bureaucratic positions, both within the federal government itself and within the military.
Because, you know, whatever you want to call it, and people always mocked this whole idea of the deep state.
I just call it the long-term bureaucracy.
Yeah, that's good.
When you have people that have been there forever and can essentially write out the next administration or the commanding officer of a particular unit or schoolhouse, then they're the ones that are really driving policy.
And I don't think anybody ever intended for that, but that's the practical reality.
And so we're going to have to be really careful about what sort of culture that we foster within the military and within our government.
And look, I'm a huge believer in individual liberty.
I'm a huge believer that the role of the government is not to sit here and try to micromanage society.
I think it's to preserve your right to pursue happiness in accordance with your definition of it, provided that you don't infringe on the rights or liberties of others.
Well, that's not what we're seeing right now.
We're now seeing that this is now the government-approved narrative, and if you don't repeat it, there will be consequences.
And how bad is it?
What are you hearing from Bragg?
Oh, guys are concerned.
Guys are very concerned with respect to where it's going, especially within the combat arms realm.
And again, it's a lot of people think, assume that, well, if you let a woman to go to ranger school, then all of us are against that.
No, if a woman can go to ranger school and pass ranger school, we will actually come alongside that and say, hey, look, the standard's the standard.
And if you met it... If they pass a standard that hasn't been diluted.
Diluted.
If you pass a standard that hasn't been diluted, welcome.
But there's still physical realities to the infantry, to armor, to special operations.
And we don't want those diluted because, again, that's how people get killed trying to do their duty.
And I think a lot of people are more concerned that we're at a point right now where there's always a target on their back.
Did you say the wrong thing?
Did you mean the wrong thing?
Was it interpreted the wrong thing?
And when you're talking about a group of special operators, We go into environments where we see some pretty horrible things and we've got to deal with some pretty horrible things.
And now we've got to worry that something we said in the team room was misunderstood by somebody that walked down a hallway and now our career is over.
We're talking to delegate Nick Freitas.

Now, I haven't rehearsed any of what I have to say.
We don't clear talking points with our guests because we prefer it that way.
So you can definitely, you can be a politician and kind of skate past the answer to this question, but I'm going to put it up there.
You're a Republican.
You're a delegate in the Commonwealth.
We have a new governor, Governor Youngkin.
He came on my show after two months of his team trying to blow us off.
He performed kind of middlingly.
I think he's a good guy.
I think he's a man of God.
I think he's surrounded by rhinos.
I think he has some very bad advisors.
And I'm very disappointed when it comes to the Supreme Court.
The fact is, to picket outside a judge's home to influence a decision is a federal crime.
To picket outside a private individual's residence in the Commonwealth is also a crime.
And to this day, the Governor has done nothing.
He has said, I've written a letter to Biden's Attorney General, despite the fact that he controls the state troopers in Virginia.
He could deploy them yesterday.
He's done some good things when it comes to CRT and other things.
You can address him directly or you can talk about the state of conservativism in the Commonwealth.
How are we doing, Nick?
We could be doing better.
We're doing a lot better than we were.
There's a couple areas where I give Governor Yankin just an enormous amount of credit.
And that is he really stayed strong on supporting genuine educational choice.
Which is what got him elected.
It is and it should and it's because it's one of the most fundamental issues with respect to the future of our country right now because so many of the problems that we currently face, they didn't start yesterday.
They were manufactured in schools and universities for decades and now we're seeing them come to fruition.
And so addressing the issue of educational freedom and the way he's done it I think is important because you'll notice The left is essentially saying, we want to control your child's education.
Oh, they said it.
We're not saying that.
I'm not saying I want to control your kid's education.
I'm saying I want to control my child's education.
Yes.
And that's the difference.
That's good.
I'm I'm perfectly willing for you to control your child's education.
I'll control mine.
And the fact that that's not good enough for the left tells me everything I need to know about what the real agenda is.
So I think he's done an excellent job there.
I think he's done I think he's done an excellent job on pushing back on, you know, just the the devastating nature of CRT as a philosophy and really not giving into this whole idea because the left for a while.
I was like, okay, we'll show me the textbook in an elementary school.
We'll see it.
Nobody's saying that what you're doing is actually worse.
If you put it in a textbook, that at least would be honest.
But no, instead what you're doing is you're requiring all of our teachers to go through this training with the expectation that they will go back into the classroom and teach every topic through that lens.
And he has really fought against that.
Well, um, there, there's, there, there's a lot more to do.
Um, The problem that I have, and again this always sounds like an excuse, but it is a practical reality of the way that our government operates.
There was a lot more that we could have gotten done this year, and we did.
We got it through the House.
Where Republicans were in charge, we got it through.
Are you talking about Virginia?
Yes.
And then it went to the Senate, and it all died.
It all died and and the governor was able to get through some things on on school choice like they had gutted school choice in the budget and when the governor came down with the amendment and that drastically increased it and then he also he also really tried to also protect life by by inserting the Hyde Amendment as well.
And he came right out and supported like a 20-week ban, which again, that was a strong move, I think, on his part.
So on a lot of those areas, I've been very impressed with what the governor has done and sticking by his guns in a substantive way.
It would have been so easy to stand up there and say, oh yeah, we're going to have a couple more charter schools in Virginia.
Is that genuine school choice?
But no, he actually fought for something harder.
He actually fought for ESAs.
He actually fought for more lab schools.
And for me, that is someone that sits on the education committee.
That is one of the fundamental issues going forward with respect to whether or not we're serious about saving our country.
Because if we're just changing things here and there, but we're not actually allowing students to be able to get a quality education that is not just completely monopolized by their government, well then we shouldn't be, as Votie Bauckham said, you can't send your kids to Caesar for their education and be surprised when they come home as Romans.
And we have a situation right now where We've got a lot of good teachers.
They're not the ones picking the curriculum, right?
That's controlled by politicians.
And again, we're not saying we want Republican politicians to control the curriculum or the classroom.
We want there to be genuine choice and options within the system.
And I think he did a really good job in fighting for that.
I think all of us want to see more protections for our Supreme Court justices.
We have to do that correctly.
One of the things I'll be very, very upfront about on this.
I don't know a single person that doesn't agree with the picketing outside a juror or a justice's home is absolutely beyond the pale.
It has to stop.
There was some other moves to try to include it to like protesting outside of a courthouse.
Okay, that's where we get a little bit dangerous.
That's where you have to actually look two steps ahead and recognize that, okay, now you have a George Soros-backed commonwealth's attorney in Fairfax and Loudoun counties.
That now is going to take away your second amendment rights, your voting rights, charge you with a felony because you had a sign saying, you know, you protect life outside of a courthouse.
So it's about making sure that we're doing our job and when we respond to a threat, responding to it in such a way that still preserves individual liberty, first amendment rights, but also making a distinction that showing up to a courthouse is not the same as showing up to a judge's home.
Now you're engaging in intimidation and that's unacceptable.
Whether it's not being willing to protect the justices' homes, whether it's other politicians or even business owners not standing up to the COVID restrictions and the business shutdowns, how much of our problem writ large is simply general lack of courage, Nick?
Oh, it's a significant part.
I said this once to somebody when they were asking me to explain this.
Two things I learned, or one major thing I learned in both combat and in politics.
Cowardice is contagious.
It is absolutely contagious.
But so is courage.
And when someone demonstrates that courage, they will be shocked to find out how many people are actually standing with them in a very true and substantive way.
But by the same token, I look at a lot of, not just my colleagues, I look at a lot of people just within conservative circles.
And the thing I've started telling them is like, don't tell me what you're willing to fight for anymore.
I'm tired of hearing that.
Don't tell me what you want.
Tell me what you're willing to sacrifice for.
Because now I know what you're really willing to fight for.
Because ultimately what this is, is we've gotten away for so long in this country to be able to fight for something.
Where it doesn't really require any genuine sacrifice on our behalf.
And I think what we're starved for right now is people that are willing to stand up and say, no, I'm not willing to comply with this.
This is wrong and I won't do it.
And the moment you get more of that, the moment you get a groundswell, here's the biggest thing that opens up in people's minds.
All of a sudden, these little tiny despots in the federal government, they start to realize we don't have the ability to actually enforce this.
Well, and also the good guys, the people who are standing up and who believe in liberty and civil rights and the First Amendment and the Second Amendment actually outnumber the radicals or the people that you said are the members of the long-time bureaucracy.
I like that.
We're talking to Nick Freitas.

to relieffactor.com the only thing you have to lose is the pain 800-583-84 relieffactor.com relieffactor.com now I've been saying so I've been on the air Nick for over three years now and I've been saying like a broken record I'm sure my team is bored of it already that a little bit what you just said you know stop
Telling me how you love America or how you're going to fight for America.
Actually, do something.
If you bitch and moan on my social media threads, the first thing I want to say is, oh yeah?
What have you done about it?
Have you run for office?
My wife ran for the local community board.
Have you worked on a campaign?
Or have you just voted every two years?
Is that what you do?
Because seriously, if that's all you do, you're part of the problem.
So I think the question is, what are you prepared to do?
It's going to be easy for a former Green Beret weapon sergeant to say, well, now I'm going to be a politician, a citizen, a politician.
But you don't have to be a Green Beret to do something.
So we've got three million people listening to you right now.
We've got people watching as well.
What is your message to everybody out there who's worried, concerned for the Republic, or just fed up?
I think there's a few things.
One is obviously you have to be involved in the political process, because the political process is going to be involved with you.
So I get it.
Especially as conservatives, our priorities usually go something like God, family, country, work, and then politics is a distant fifth.
If you don't get more involved in politics, politics is going to be involved in God, family, country, your work, and the whole deal.
So you have to do that, whether it's running for office, supporting, whatever it is.
The second thing is, Stop looking for government to solve all of your problems.
The vast majority of your problems and challenges that you face in your life have been solved by people working through voluntary cooperation within their churches, community, and marketplace, not by giving more power to bureaucrats and politicians.
So be careful of the sort of person that you vote for, but also be careful of the sort of things that you demand from your government.
Thomas Sowell has one of the best quotes over, and he goes, one of the reasons why so many politicians are such shameless liars Is because when people start demanding of government things that it cannot possibly do, only liars will satisfy.
And so it's about looking at, if I see a problem, the first thing I should do is not be saying to myself, I need a new law or a new subsidy or a new tax or a new regulation.
And then finally, the third component is this, you choose to be free.
And I mean that.
I am so tired of raising generations of Americans that believe that they're just succumbing to circumstances beyond their control.
You choose to be free.
And that counts with your kids' education.
That counts with the food that you get.
That counts with the help.
There's so many different ways that you can engage with other free people, whether it's within the economy, whether it's in education, whether it's healthcare.
You don't have to accept What politicians are telling you, you have to accept.
There is a way to engage in a kind of, you know, let's still engage in the passive resistance before we have to get to anything else.
And when we do that, when we do it effectively, I think it really has an impact.
But the number one thing I always tell people now more than ever, you really have to be careful on how your kids are being educated.
Cause if you're delegating it to someone else, you don't delegate the responsibility.
You don't delegate the responsibility.
All right.
You're, you're just, you're delegating the consequences.
