This community is broken or let me know.
No community should have to go through what we've been through in this community.
And for a person to come in there and start that crap, I have no respect for that stuff.
And the haters that hate, that send me the emails and the texts, to hell with you too.
I'm just telling you.
But I don't care if you're a Democrat, a Republican, an Independent.
We're American people.
We're trying to come together as a community.
And to do what you did today at that press conference was... I'm sorry, but it was wrong.
It's a difficult audio clip to hear.
It's right after that press conference yesterday in that high school gym with the governor of Texas, with the chief of Texas Public Safety, with the mayor, that is the mayor of Uvalde, that is Don McLaughlin, the superintendent of schools, and he was talking to Beto O'Rourke, Robert O'Rourke,
The man who felt it was the right time, as bodies were still in the morgue, as children were still in the ICU, to desecrate their memory, to politicize that event.
And that's the mayor of Uvalde saying, to hell with you, Beto O'Rourke.
This is not what we do in America.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is the Salem News Channel, and you are listening to America First.
It is Friday.
Let's unlock the phone lines.
It is Ask Dr. G Anything Friday.
I want to hear from you.
I want you to sound off.
I've been greatly... Oh my gosh, the calls are already coming in.
I can see the...
The call screener software from where I sit.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
That number again, 833-334-6752.
I am touched.
I am moved by the personal messages, the texts, the DMs I've received based upon what we have been doing here on America First since the shooting.
And I'm disappointed.
I'm disappointed with some of my colleagues, some of my conservative media colleagues who, oh wow, the lines are exploding, who don't know what to say about this event.
I'll tell you what to say about this event.
It's very simple.
Of course it was going to happen.
And it's going to happen again and again and again.
And I'll tell you why.
It's very easy.
For more than 60 years now we have seen an all-out assault on the tenets of our civilization.
Let me walk you through them very briefly and then you will understand.
Let's start at the beginning.
We have been told by the literati By the chattering classes, by the media, by the professors, by the faculty lounge members, that America is bad.
That's where it begins.
It's very simple.
Even the people in the White House today believe that.
That's why Obama went on an apology tour as his first international effort as president.
We are the problem.
America is evil, is this neo-colonialist power that subjugates, that exploits.
Capitalism is awful.
Instead of understanding how it has raised literally billions of people from poverty in over a hundred years, no, it is deemed to be evil.
So number one, the context of everything is negative, is bad.
Secondly, Truth has been denied with the assault on religion, on faith, on organized Christianity.
The idea that you can have senators such as the current vice president, former senator from California, during the Blasey Ford hearing talk about her truth.
The idea that objective truth doesn't exist, is not connected to some creator outside of us.
Means that young people are confused.
They are told they live in a bad country and there is no truth.
Secondly, there is assault on the family unit.
The essential building block of society.
Civilization is made up of atoms.
Those atoms are the family.
Look at all of these school shooters.
I challenge you, I dare you to find me one of these school shooters that has a sound psychiatric makeup and comes from a home with a mother and a father at home.
They come from broken homes without male role models.
Then there is the question of purpose in life.
Meaning.
Where is meaning posited?
If it's not in serving something outside of yourself.
A truth that exists independent of you.
In service to the other.
In sacrifice.
Instead it is filled with hedonism.
With the meaninglessness of millennial culture.
The hook-up society.
The Netflix streaming for hours on end.
The failure to stop soft drugs becoming pervasive.
The legalization of marijuana.
On top of that, the fentanyl.
I mean, the fact that my children's classmates dying from overdoses because they mix some recreational drug with fentanyl.
A 21-year-old overdosing at college?
And not just one, but multiple cases.
More than 110,000 Americans dying of drug overdoses in the last 12 months alone.
Twice the record in 12 years of Vietnam.
And then lastly, the most important of all, which will be my mission for this foreseeable future to counter, And that is the assault on manhood.
The idea that masculinity is bad, is toxic, means that there are no role models.
My father was essential to my upbringing, especially in one thing that is crucial to understanding these shootings.
It was my father's attitude to the use of force that I had to learn.
When it is appropriate, and when it is inappropriate.
When it's fine to be wrestling and roughhousing, and when it's not appropriate.
With the weak, with the vulnerable, with the fairer sex.
When you stand up to defend your wife, your children, in an instant from a threat.
And when you stop others from using force.
If that lesson isn't inculcated into a young man before he reaches the age of 18, it will not be inculcated into them unless they pick up a mentor later in life or they serve in the military and some drill sergeant does it for them.
This is what the left has wrought.
They have dismantled the essential elements of our civilization and they are responsible for every child killed in Uvalde.
And we must stop them.
We must save civilization by rebuilding it upon the bricks.
On which it was founded.
Otherwise the killings will continue and every single one of them will be the responsibility of the godless left.
Have you chosen your role?
Are you standing up for the truth?
Are you being a role model?
Are you leading others?
Together we can do it if you are part of it.

I didn't get any.
I'll send it to you.
Okay, thank you.
Everyone else is confirmed.
We did the Skype test.
Give me five.
Okay.
No, line five.
He's talking on the phone.
Yeah, yeah, line five.
Hi, who's this?
Oh, hi, Sebastian.
Yes.
If you don't put me on the air, I just want to remind you to mention Hollywood.
When you mentioned I Love Your Monologue was spot on, but when you mentioned The Liberals, Hollywood made a movie called The Basketball Diaries with Leonardo DiCaprio.
In the movie, it's about a book of this crappy drug addict, and they glamorized it.
With Leonardo donning a black coat, long coat, and going to the school and shooting his teacher and his schoolmates.
And after that movie, 92, Columbine Killers got inspired and copied Leonardo and went on Columbine and killed all the kids.
Since then, there's been a hundred shootings in the schools.
I'll check it out.
I don't think one film is responsible, but... No, I know that, but we need guards in the schools, like at Davos, on top of the roof.
I've got it.
I love it.
Thank you.
Great point.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
All right.
While I'm on with Monica, will you tell John, Anthony, Don and Brent that I will be with them after Monica, okay?
Yes, and let me go ahead and call her now.
I have it.
Oh yeah, there it is.
All right, can you play cut three?
Yes, sir.
Cut three.
Bye, Eric.
Eric's on the phone.
What do you make of liberal Republicans in the Senate, Lindsey Graham, John Cornyn, Mitch McConnell, the head, jumping on board Chuck Schumer's gun control plans?
Yeah, the members of the Uniparty that slither in the Capitol and have been there too long.
Lindsey Graham, who just not too long ago was calling for the assassination of Vladimir Putin and can't wait to send our young men and women to war in some far off land called Ukraine that hardly any American can find on the map.
He's the same guy that's willing to pass red flag gun laws that will undoubtedly Yeah, these are the problem people in the Republican Party, and this is what's coming for them.
They found out, hearing from people all over the country, how angry Americans are at the $40 billion that they sent to Ukraine because Americans don't want a war.
We want our country fixed.
And if they vote for gun control, they're gonna find out, big time, that that's not what Republicans want from their Republican leaders.
Yeah.
And she's on the line.
Alright.
Monica!
Hey, Seb!
Hi, how are ya?
Good, good.
Eric, have you got her book, What the Bleep Happened?
Yes, and also the two Nixon books.
Okay, excellent.
Good.
Where's my Skype lady?
Where's my video?
I know.
Next time, I promise.
Today was a crazy day.
My whole week was crazy.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So I apologize for not being on camera today.
Next time.
All right.
Standby.
20 seconds.
You got it.
All right.
All right, Mike's out.

Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard.
Good.
Thank you.
Yes, indeed.
That's so nice of Mr. Trump, President Trump, to ask how the show's going.
He was on the show yesterday!
Did you catch it?
For half an hour, it was superb.
We blew through the breaks, but it was so important to find out how he sees, you know, 2024 and the rise of MAGA.
If you missed it, why did you miss it?
There's no excuse.
You can find the interview in its totality on all our social media platforms.

That's standwithisraeltour.com.
She is the former spokesperson for the Treasury during the Trump administration.
Good friend of the show.
I've known her for quite a while.
Her name is Monica Crowley.
Monica, welcome back.
Hey, Seb.
So good to be with you.
Thank you so much.
All right, so we could talk about your specialty, we could talk about the economy, but I'm going to use a rude word.
I'm going to say it's crap and it's going to get crapper.
That's a technical term, so I don't know if there's much that can be said about that.
You've been rather feisty on social media, enjoying it.
You've got to follow her, Monica Crowley.
I did a very heavy and unusually heavy monologue to open the show about why Uvalde happened and why it's going to happen again.
I want to give you the opportunity to respond to those events.
To praise you what I said, if you've had the left for 60 years, Monica, assault America, assault the family, assault faith, and assault manhood and manliness, this is going to happen.
It's simply very, very simple math.
Yeah, you know, I just am about to publish today's Monica Crowley podcast, and I do recommend it to everyone wherever you get your podcasts.
Please subscribe.
It's free.
I'm doing it three days a week, Monica Crowley podcast, and I spend today breaking apart the deep issues that this Texas shooting has raised, and it's issues that nobody really wants to talk about in this society on all sides.
Because it's so uncomfortable.
The first issue that I want to raise is the nature of evil.
Yeah.
And I know that you spend time talking about it because you're courageous, but very few others, apart from people in houses of worship, talk about the nature of evil.
And I really think we need to have a very open conversation about the fact that evil is real, evil exists, it seems like it's ascendant right now, which means we need to get back to God.
Because my second big point here is that this is not a crisis of policy, this is a crisis of the soul.
And by that I mean not just individual souls, although that's critical, but it's the soul of the nation.
And we are in a spiritual war now.
So to your point, you know, you're talking about the rise of toxic masculinity over the years and how the leftists pushed that notion and then pushed the trans notion and the gender confusion notion.
So young boys are brought up confused.
And this is all coming from the left.
You know, the left, anytime something like this happens, Seb, They always want to blame our side, and they blame the guns, and they blame the NRA, and they blame white supremacy, and they blame those of us who refuse to disarm for these things.
But when you get down to the root causes, and I'm talking policy causes and cultural causes, not the spiritual ones I just said, But on those issues, it is all traced back to the left.
The indoctrination, the confusion, the chaos, all of these things that the left has been battering our kids' minds with for decades produces this kind of cultural rot, which kids then absorb like a sponge.
And not every kid acts out like this, thank goodness, but one, is that enough?
And what you saw this week is the product of many things, but it's certainly a product of that.
All right.
I am being super rude right now because I am making notes on my phone for my next monologue.
I am going to cite Monica Crowley.
I'm going to listen to her podcast because that was a superb analysis.
I want everybody to follow her, Monica Crowley, on Twitter.
Listen to her podcast.
OK, let's get back to your forte, Monica.
I don't see any glimmer.
I see no sign, not a scintilla, of any kind of rational thinking in this administration, whether it's guns, whether it's national security, or whether it's the economy.
So that recession is coming, correct?
Yes, you are correct, and this is what I tell everybody when they're scratching their heads wondering how Joe Biden and his team are so incompetent.
I always say, you know what, I wish it were only incompetence.
Yeah.
Because that we could manage, that we could square away.
What you are witnessing is the deliberate destruction of the country.
Whether it's the wide-open border, or the gutting of the military, or certainly the U.S.
economy, this is a deliberate takedown of the country.
And the reason we know that—oh, Monica, come on—the reason we know that is because normal presidents, when faced with failing policies that are inflicting a lot of pain on the American people and dragging down their poll numbers, even just out of pure political self-interest, To preserve their political viability for the next election, or their party's viability.
They will course correct.
They will change tack.
They will bring back failing policies and try something more productive.
This president has not done that, whether on the economy, the border, you name it.
He has not lifted a finger to change.
So that's how it's all delivered.
And they want you to suffer.
The cruelty is the point, Seb.
So on the economy, we've got a weakening economy, so slowing growth, skyrocketing inflation.
Americans can't afford their groceries or gas prices.
You've got inflation at a 40-year high, gas prices hit an all-time high yesterday, the basic necessities of life, baby formula that people can't even get for their babies, all of this is a direct result of the Biden administration's move ever closer to a command economy.
And so you know it very well, coming out of Europe, command economies, whether it's Soviet or Scandinavia or Israel, when it tried it, It always produces an equal share of poverty and misery, and that's what we are experiencing here in the United States.
Right, because a market, the prices, the millions of actors inside a market cannot be predicted by a bureaucrat, and there is always a collapse of those economies.
You're absolutely right.
The evidence, all the evidence you need of just how much these people are ideological hostages that they can't even course-correct to save their own political careers.
Read her books.
Let's put them up on the screen.
The first one, the most recent one, is What the Bleep Happened.
What the Bleep Just Happened.
The Happy Warrior's Guide to the Great American Comeback.
And then having worked with President Nixon, we have Nixon off the record.
His candid commentary on people and politics.
Also by Monica and Nixon in winter.
The final revelations.
We need this lady in studio in our brand new studio.
The phone isn't good enough.
Listen to her latest podcast.
Follow her at Monica Crowley.
Your calls next here on America First.
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
Oh, she got... Is she there?
Uh, no, she just dropped off.
Um... What was I gonna say?
Oh, um, Tradip says there must have been a mix-up.
There's no Prison Fellowship guest today.
Who told us that?
Uh, Geoff told me that.
Okay, so that's gonna be next week, I guess.
Okay.
Alright, so I'll do 2,000 mules here, then I'll go to calls, and I'll do a prison fellowship read in the D. So you want me to email him and tell him it's not today?
Email who?
The guest we were gonna have.
That's who we were doing the Skype connection with.
Oh.
Well, how did- Let me forward you the email thread so you can see for yourself.
This is all from Geoff.
I'll forward it to you right now.
Gmail.
Just forwarded it.
Yeah, this was scheduled as of this morning by Jeff.
All right, send it to me.
I just forwarded it.
And again, that's not until D, so we have some time.
All right, let's do it.
But let's do it halfway through, okay?
Because I might take a call before that.
Sure thing.
Yeah, we still have his handle here on Skype.
Yes, we do.
So I'll just call him back.
Titles?
Everything up to this point, including Wilkie.
The Democrats caused Uvalde.
uh-huh um Monica uh-huh their plan is to destroy America and And Wilkie.
Can we save the U.S.
military?
Can we save the U.S.
military?
All right.
She was good.
Yeah.
There you go, guy.
I'm just continuously fascinated by the fact she did so much work for Nixon.
That must have been incredible.
I know.
One of my favorite presidents, easily.
Why am I not surprised?
Who's your favorite president, John?
Go on!
Oh, come on, you gotta have one.
I don't know, I don't have one, I don't think.
Oh, come on, you gotta say at least Washington or Lincoln, come on.
I don't know.
Say Jefferson with Jeff as back, that'll piss him off.
Guy, who's your favorite president?
Yeah, Guy, who's yours?
Benjamin Franklin.
Ah, good old Benji!
Because he's a tech nerd, right?
Right.
And also, in the meantime, he's a big guy on the $100 bill.
Yeah, he was a great president, yeah.
All right.
35 seconds.
Let's see.
Oh, yeah.
Some calls.
Quite a few regulars on the line right now.
That's always nice to see.
Get clips on ready here, guy.
Yep, mic's up.
Music by Ben Thede
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
It's crazy.
The phone lines flipping exploded as I was starting my monologue.
Must be Friday.
Must be Second Amendment Friday.
Must be Ask Dr. G Anything Friday.
Guys, before we get to your calls and I'm going to run down the board in order.
Have you seen 2,000 Mules or have you shared it?
I took my last copy of the DVD to my FFL, to my gun dealer today because he hasn't seen it.
He's a great patriot.
If you haven't seen it, what are you waiting for?
They told you you were a conspiracy theorist.
There's no evidence!
Well, we have two petabyte worth of data.
Four and a half million minutes of evidence of more than 400,000 illegal ballots.
You've got to see it.
A million people have already streamed it.
100,000 DVDs have been mailed out.
It is in 415 theaters across the country.
It's such an important movie.
I have a financial stake in it.
Please go and watch it.
Order it today.
SalemNow.com or go to the local movie theater.
That's SalemNow.com 2,000 mules produced by the Salem Media Group.
Okay, let's go to your calls.
Who was the first up?
I think I barely started talking and it was John in South Carolina.
Quick fingers with the redial.
It must be.
I was bloody impressed.
It was really intriguing to listen to one of my fellow alumnuses from, alumni rather, from the University of South Carolina College of Journalism, Monica Crowley.
And so she graduated somewhat after I did, but it was fabulous to hear her, and I always have high regard for everybody.
Are you an older gentleman?
You sound like a young man.
Yeah, well, it all comes down to the outlook, Dr. G. It does!
I turned 65 on Tuesday.
I do not believe that for a millisecond.
You are in your 40s, John.
Well, no, actually I'm 27 years old.
Good man.
I'm 14.
I'm 14.
No, 27 is the best year.
Listen, Dr. G, before I hit my major points here, what you said about the O'Sullivan ruling on involuntary commitment was just crucial.
This is our pivot point and this is what all Republicans and all Democrats need to agree on.
We need to overturn that policy.
For those who missed it, this is the central point for all of these things.
whether it's the violence on the New York metro, whether it's the homeless problem or whether it's Uvalde.
The fact that the left thought in 1975 with that Supreme Court ruling that it's against the civil rights to keep somebody in a mental institution for more than 72 hours, which means that these people who could harm themselves or society are on the streets.
And that's where it all begins, John.
I was working for an absolutely superb newspaper in Sumter, South Carolina, probably one of the best small newspapers in the country.
One of my first stories was, and I'll give you the very short version of this, when a man was Um, actually, um, released from the state, the state of South Carolina mental hospital.
We called it Bull Street because that's where it was located.
He was released from Bull Street and he was sent back to his family's house without the family ever having been notified.
And so he had, um, just held, A number of police officers in just a horribly violent situation.
He had stabbed a couple of them and they had tear gassed him to no effect whatsoever.
They sent him to Bull Street and Bull Street got him stabilized on antipsychotics.
And then just put him on a bus after the O'Sullivan decision and just, they had to go pick him up at the Greyhound bus station.
His family took him in.
In a matter of days, he was off the antipsychotics and he took an ax to his 13 year old nephew and killed him.
Wow.
Just in fairly short order.
And it was just stunning.
So that needs to be the attack point.
That needs to just be overturned as a policy.
And we need to be able to commit people like this.
Just four miles from my home, Jamie Wilson, on September 26, 1988, shot 11 children and killed two little girls and shot several teachers at the same time.
This was one of the first school shootings other than the, what was it, the 1969 Killian, Texas shooting?
Texas, yeah.
I think it was.
I think it was Killian, if I'm not mistaken.
But anyway, before that, this was one of the very first.
And this kid was, I think, 19 years old, and he had walked into the school, and the teacher greeted him with a smile.
And shortly after that, the children started ridiculing him and pointing at him and just saying how funny he looked.
And it was at that point that he started shooting.
But he had attempted to be hospitalized, and nobody would take him.
His father's insurance had run out when he was 19 years old.
So here's the question to everybody out there, and please, if you're an investigative journalist, if you want to help here, This is the question that John's point brings up.
From 1975 in the O'Sullivan ruling, how many of these killings could we have prevented if that ruling hadn't occurred?
Is it thousands?
Is it tens of thousands?
With the idea of compassion, how many Americans were killed, including children.
We're going to be back to your calls.
Thank you, John.
This is America First.
Please don't call us from a cell phone connected to a regular cell phone provider.

All right.
Can you?
Mic's up.
Thank you.
Play me cut five, please, and cut seven.
Go ahead.
This is fine.
And so on the vision side, Biden had a vision.
He has talked about what that vision looks like.
He forgot it, though.
No, no, no.
His Alzheimer's kicked in.
He did.
You didn't see him?
He was talking the other day.
He turned around and there was nobody back there.
He was like, well, I'll be there.
I'll be there.
I thought somebody was behind me.
Wow.
What a joke!
Oh my gosh.
So when do they outlaw the use of the phrase Master Chief from Halo?
They will.
Eight.
All right.
of the word chief in connection with any work level.
In other words, officials say the move is out of cultural respect for Native Americans.
A replacement term has not yet been determined.
What a joke.
Oh, my gosh.
So when do they outlaw the use of the phrase master chief from Halo?
They will.
Eight.
Eight.
All right.
Go ahead.
Right.
Well, first of all, of course, my heart mourns for what has taken place.
And once again, unfortunately, we've proven that gun-free zones are deadly and we cannot legislate evil.
But I want real solutions, not just tweets.
I want our schools secured.
I want our children protected.
And I want teachers that can protect themselves and their students.
And you know what?
We can achieve this without trying to disarm law-abiding citizens.
For me, this is my equalizer.
I need a way to protect myself and my children, and my firearm is my equalizer, my tool to do that.
And then, Tan?
The problem for Durham is the jury and the judge.
I mean, he is facing a jury that has three Clinton donors, an AOC donor, and a woman whose daughter is on the same sports team with Sussman's daughter.
I mean, the exception of randomly selecting people out of the DNC headquarters, you could not come up with a worse jury.
Welcome to Washington, D.C.
Okay, good.
I'm going to take one call, then I'll go to the guests, so you can dial him up now.
I need the, oh, is the name in the email?
I presume it is.
Yes, uh, or hang on, in this thread I forwarded you, yeah.
Yeah, is this position there?
Uh, yeah, it is Academy, hang on.
Got it, Graduate Program Manager, got it.
All right.
Two, one.
Two, one. one.
Dr. G is in the house on America First.
Welcome back, dear friends.
It's Friday.
It's us, Dr. G. Anything Friday.
It's Second Amendment Friday.
So much to discuss.
We've got a special guest coming up.
But first, gotta get to one more of your calls.
Anthony Sacramento, line two.
Oh, Roger that, Doc.
God, you got me coming after Ruth and Rose.
And I gotta come up to bat.
Lord, have mercy.
Give it a shot, brother.
Give it a shot.
I want to thank you for that comment showing your gun knowledge the other day about the cost of the Daniel Defense weapon and the cost of the sight and a number of other very pithy points.
Thank you.
Yeah, I'm 52 years old.
I bought my first Daniel Defense a few months ago.
It was not a cheat.
It is the most expensive AR I own.
And not only that, the Uvalde Killer had a $500 EOTech sight on top of that $2,000 gun.
Yeah, and then he bought another gun.
Where did a guy that worked at a fast food restaurant get 5 G's?
Yeah, where did he get all of that money?
Flipping burgers part-time as a high school dropout.
That's the question.
Any other point or question you'd like to make, Anthony?
No, magnificent program.
Tell Monica she's wonderful and you guys are doing a good job.
Keep it up.
God bless you.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Anthony a copy of Defeating Jihad, the first book I wrote, the one that got me into the White House.
Okay, I've been telling you for a few days, guys, about this amazing program.
It's the Prison Fellowship Academy.
It is I just even want to believe the stats, how successful it is.
And we have with us the Academy Graduate Program Manager, Michael Vanderhorst.
Michael, welcome to America First.
Good morning.
How you doing?
Afternoon, actually.
Yeah, afternoon where we are in the swap.
Thank you for joining us today.
So we are delighted always to work with Prison Fellowship.
This is new to us, this Academy.
Will you explain what the goal of the Academy is with prisoners who are still in prison?
Yeah, no problem.
So the Academy is essentially a 12-month long program.
It's a residential, so they end up taking over what would be a housing unit or a block or a cell unit where people live, and everybody in that housing unit is going to be part of this program.
So they live together for a year in a pro-social community.
They go through spiritual formation, character formation, life skills.
They learn about trauma, critical thinking, And the idea is we want to create good citizens.
So they go ahead and they go through this year, and yeah, that's it in a nutshell.
I'm curious.
It's very Christ-centric, clearly, and we have these 14-day devotionals that our listeners can get if they go to my website.
But are these people who found Jesus before they joined the Academy, or do you take them on that journey?
So, to be part of the Academy, you can be of any faith or no faith at all.
So, the teachings are biblical, there's spiritual formation that is Christ-centered, but you don't necessarily have to be a Christian to participate.
Now, you're going to be exposed to Christian principles and what happens with you during that time is up to you, but you don't necessarily have to be a Christian to participate.
The goal is that we can help restore people to good lives so that when they return home, 95% of people inside do go home, that they will actually be able to live good, productive lives.
And share with us, I'm flabbergasted by the figures that you guys have been giving me when I'm promoting this blessed program, of the lack of recidivism.
So how the Prison Fellowship Program keeps these people on the straight and narrow once they've left prison.
Would you talk about that?
Yeah.
When you talk about programming and getting people ready, there's a lot of different components to it.
And we know that just through studies and research, there's basically eight criminogenic risk factors that we look at with most people that do time in incarceration that commit crimes.
So what we try to do in our programming is address Those eight criminogenic risk factors, whether they have to do with substance abuse, trauma, things of that nature.
And that actually gives them a much better foundation.
So we know that crime is just a symptom of something that's much deeper wrong inside of them.
So we want to be able to try to help fix those places that are broken.
And that way, when they do return to the streets, they aren't going back to the same coping mechanisms they did in the past.
Bad places, bad faces, things like that.
Well, I've learned a new word today, criminogenic.
Tell us some of the personal stories that have touched you as part of this program.
Yeah, I am a personal story.
So I went through the Academy in Muskegon, Michigan.
I was sentenced to an armed robbery charge when I was 21 years old.
I did 13 years.
And I did not find Jesus when I got to prison.
It took a long time on B-Beatle knucklehead until finally I got to the Academy.
And my life was transformed.
And I mean, I'm living proof today that the program has a tremendous effect.
And just living next to people and watching their lives restored, whether they were gang members, People that were murderers, whatever they might be, and then watching them go home and live restored lives where they're actually able to contribute as good citizens to our society.
So you've been through the program.
It helped you to restore your life as a fruitful member of society and now you're helping to run it, Michael?
I'm actually in charge of helping design and run the next step, so we're actually looking at what happens when you're done with the Academy.
What's done after that year, we want to learn how we can extend that journey and continue walking alongside those that have been impacted by this, and continue to help them kind of flex those good citizenship muscles, so to speak.
Yeah, I mean, that's what life restored is supposed to look like.
I think really us being able to take people that have been broken and have them help be the antivirus to what the problems are going on right now.
13 years for armed robbery and now he is helping his fellow men to find their place in society.
I don't know about the three million people listening, but I'm not joking.
It's very rare I have this on the show because usually I'm amped up and angry about politics, but I feel really good inside.
I have got a very smiling heart right now.
I feel very, very happy after hearing your story.
God bless.
I'm going to go home and I'm going to make a donation to this organization.
It's the Prison Fellowships Academy.
Please support it.
God bless you, Michael, and everyone in the program working with you and the people you're helping.

Um, the number you sent me for Kinnison, do you want me to confirm with him, or is it already confirmed?
No, that's just to call him.
Um, well, you asked for it.
It's... Yeah, you texted it to me.
Uh, let me see what I wrote.
Um... No, he's gonna call us at that... If he doesn't call us by, you know, 418, just call him.
Then we'll call... Oh, okay, he's calling it.
Got it, got it, got it.

Um, but yeah, and yeah, we do have a picture of him.
He has a picture of him with his, uh, with his family from the gifts and go.
It was, uh, February.
Last time we had him on, it was Skype.
That was a long time ago.
45 seconds.
Sleep.
I heard something.
I woke up a little disoriented.
So I started hearing this voice.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Medical 34.
35.
All right.
I'm sending you a video.
He sent me.
Okay.

Don!
Los Angeles!
Dr. G, may I call you Big Chief Gorka?
Yes, you may!
Yes, we like that.
They say it's politically incorrect.
Well, then we're going to use it.
Big Chief.
Greetings to you, Big Chief.
Greetings to you.
You're a chief of the Great Orange Tribe.
I like it.
You know, I just wanted to lighten it up a little today, Dr. G. Yes.
Because everything's been so grim and horrific.
Yes, do it.
Everybody who spoke earlier today has spoken so eloquently and so well.
But, ah, I just picked up a magazine by random.
It's celebrating, I believe, the 40th anniversary of The Road Warrior.
And around the same time it came out, Blade Runner came out.
And I thought, what a great comparison and contrast.
They're sort of the antipodes of great sci-fi movies.
But yet, what a double bill!
I mean, imagine if you made one movie called Road Warrior Meets Blade Runner on the streets of L.A.
Wow.
You know, I watched last week at a movie theater.
I tried to entice members of the staff here.
I went to see Star Trek The Motion Picture, the director's cut, in a movie theater.
And not only that, I have been informed by that font of wisdom, Don, social media.
Did you know this week was the week 45 years ago that Star Wars was released?
Oh yeah, you know, they've been talking a lot about it on the radio and they have some big events coming up, you know, these Star Wars celebrations.
I mean, talk about something that rocked the world.
You know, I have so much respect for George Lucas because, you know, we got the plot for the first Star Wars movie from a Kurosawa movie.
A Kurosawa movie, yes.
The two peasants are C-3PO and R2-D2.
And then, of course, Joseph Campbell, the hero of A Thousand Faces.
And what was so neat about, what a great man Lucas is because he's so honorable.
As soon as the movie came out and was a hit, he called Kurosawa and said, how did you enjoy your film?
Real quickly, I just wanted to mention, I think my favorite line in Road Warrior is, greetings from the humongous, the lord humongous, the warrior of the wasteland, the Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla!
Thank you, buddy.
This is America First.
Thank you.
Yeah, he'll see it up.

I will continue to discuss the events of this Tuesday in Uvalde, Texas.
Every day brings just... First, there's the tragic, horrific news of what happened, and then afterwards, as we find out more and more, the after-action reports from the government, from the governor, from the Department of Public Safety.
This is the spokesperson for the DPS.
Discussing the response of law enforcement to the active shooter situation.
Cut six.
But don't current the best practices, Lieutenant, call for officers to disable a shooter as quickly as possible, regardless of how many officers are actually on site.
Correct.
The active shooter situation, you want to stop the killing, you want to preserve life.
But also, one thing that, of course, the American people need to understand is that officers are making entry into this building.
They do not know where the gunman is.
They are hearing gunshots.
They are receiving gunshots.
At that point, If they proceeded any further not knowing where the suspect was at, they could have been shot.
They could have been killed.
And at that point, that gunman would have the opportunity to kill other people inside that school.
So they were able to contain that gunman inside that classroom so that he was not able to go to any other portions of the school to commit any other killings.
I don't see a bright future for that individual, for that lieutenant.
You can criticize me if you want, because I'm not a law enforcement officer.
But I'm going to say what I'm about to say as an American citizen, as a father, as a taxpayer, as a person who always carries a gun licensed wherever I can carry my licensed firearm. - Your job is to engage.
Your job is to run towards the gunfire.
That is why you are a law enforcement officer.
Everything has changed with regards to the use of force in recent years.
For two reasons.
Number one, this isn't the 1970s or the 1980s.
We're not talking about hostage situations with the PLO or the IRA calling for the release of their prisoners or for bullion to be transferred to their bank accounts like some movie scenario.
No, we're not talking about planes being diverted to Morocco with the rise of suicide jihadi terrorists and psychotic mass murderers like Parkland, like Columbine, like Uvalde.
We've got the lines.
I will get to your cause momentarily, guys.
I discussed this with law enforcement officers I was training at the time A decade ago, with the rise of global jihadism and psychotic mass murderers, the rules have changed.
It's not secure the perimeter and get the hostage negotiator to the site.
No.
The rule is very simple.
First there, first in.
It's not a question of secure the location, And then wait for the SWAT team or the HRT team?
No, it's very simple.
The rules have changed.
When you are dealing with perpetrators who are interested in killing and killing alone, not negotiating, if you're the only person to arrive, if you're the local deputy, if you're the local safety resources officer, you know what you do?
You get the ceramic plated vest from your vehicle.
You put it on.
You get your long arm.
You pull the charging handle on the weapon.
You take the safety off and you go in the building.
Your job is to close with that person and to kill them.
To stop them killing others.
This isn't a matter of opinion.
This is the current threat environment.
You don your protective equipment and you enter the building and you close with that person because they're not there to negotiate.
They're not there to talk to somebody.
They are there for mass carnage.
Reports have changed in the last 48 hours.
First they said the local safety officer engaged the shooter.
Now there was no engagement.
It seems the building was unlocked.
Now we have reports that there was over an hour's worth of time between the first shots and the individual being finally killed by a tactical officer of Customs and Border Patrol.
We will get to the bottom of this, but I'll tell you one thing right now.
The reputation of Texas is tarnished.
Tarnished in ways that may be unrecoverable.
Texas had a vaunted place amongst the other republics.
A republic that was its own independent state after its separation from Mexico.
A state that was known for Just being the paragon of what?
America?
Of manliness?
Of rugged individualism?
If these reports turn out to be true, that reputation may be over.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Brent, Los Angeles.
Line 4.
My dear good friend Gorka.
Greetings.
I can't be light today.
The wicked, blood-drenched, godless, pedophile Democrat predators keep hysterically screeching for America's truly compassionate, child-loving parents, patriots, police, and politicians to do something.
Yes, we must, as every school must have fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
We must immediately add firearms, millions of Bibles, time for prayer, classes on Judeo-Christian morality, ethics and the memorizing of the Ten Commandments.
And horrible and nauseating as this satanically rare attack was, we are being purposely diverted and manipulated by the most dangerous threat to our children, the amoral Marxist politicians, media, and teacher unions who every day indoctrinate our children with their poison that seeks to transform them into the toxic little tyrants they demand.
Yep.
You nailed it, my friend.
You nailed it.
Let's go to a line... Oh, Franco, line three, Iowa.
Hey, Dr. G. I didn't even get to tell him what was going on in my mind.
Anyway, this... Oh, Aaron's back.
We lost Aaron.
He's back.
Let's grab Aaron, line one.
But carry on, please.
Whenever something like this happens, the Dems start talking about common sense gun laws.
In 83, when I turned 21, I...
Got to buy, or got to pay for a Smith & Wesson Model 66 357, but I had to wait two weeks to get it.
You know, while I had the background check.
We've had common sense background, uh, you know, rules for a long time.
They don't have any common sense when it comes to guns, and it's just a joke.
Yeah, no, it's absolutely, it has nothing to do with common sense.
It's just politics.
It's just having something to campaign on for the midterms.
Oh my gosh, everybody wants to sign off.
Line one, Aaron.
Hey, Dr. G, long time no talk.
Yes, too long, my friend, too long.
So, couple of things.
One, you have to wonder what the personnel screening process is right now with departments hiring on.
And the reason I say that is, there's a mentality for doing a dangerous job.
And you kind of have to have that mentality of, I will go home.
And you understand that you're writing the ultimate check that could be cashed.
So for any police officer to not go use violence, speed of action, and hopefully surprise against an attacker like that.
And the reason I bring that up is because where is the DA support?
What actually goes through the mindset of these folks that stand on the sideline instead of doing their job to go in rapidly and right away?
Yeah.
If they think that they will be undermined by their political masters, it's very difficult to do your job.
Well, and worse is that if that is your mindset, then your duty should be to resign your position.
Unfortunately, that is a harsh criticism to levy at this time.
But I know as a parent that I am willing to cash that check if it's in defense of my child or if it's in defense of my friend's children.
So those officers need to put that Mindset when they go into work every single day.
Bingo.
I know that's hard to do.
And one of those officers apparently lost his daughter in that school.
Thank you for your calls, Aaron.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Standby.
Bye-bye.
Bye-bye.
What is inappropriate is that the leadership of the National Rifle Association has proven time and time again that they are contributing to the problem of gun violence, not trying to solve it.
They represent the interests of the gun industry, the gun manufacturers, who are marketing weapons of war to young adults.
They don't represent gun owners who know that we need to take action.
And it's shameful that the NRA and their allies have stood in the way of every attempt to advance measures that we all know will save lives from gun violence.
Measures that we know would keep weapons of war out of the hands of people who are terrorizing our communities.
So that is what matters, and it is shameful.
Thank you.
Thank you.
It's a simple question.
I believe all students should have access to sport.
So you do support biological boys competing against girls in sports?
I believe I answered the question.
No, you haven't.
It's a simple question.
Just answer the question.
The administration either supports it or you don't.
You're saying, do I believe transgender girls should have access to sports?
Yes, I do.
What's slime bag?
I just invented a new word, slime bag.
I like it.
Slime bag!
Alright, I'll fill the rest of the colors in this next segment.
Are they blocked?
Oh yeah, the lines are blocked.
Okay, good.
Okey dokes.
Right, so we'll do Israel, I'll tee up the video, then we'll go to Mr. Kinison.
Yes.
Alright.
Alrighty, one minute.
And I just went ahead and I included the give-send-go link below his name, because that's still, when I searched online, that's still there.
Oh, good, good, good, good.
five seconds.
Clips on ready.
Ready?
All right, 35.
Comm's going down.
Yeah, mic's out, comes up.
Thank you.

We want to keep the torch burning.
We want to keep the light alive of the January 6th political prisoners.
We need to give you an update on those we have had on the show.
Just a little reminder of what the federal law enforcement of the Biden administration is doing to patriots across this nation.
It was February 19th, 6.02 in the morning.
I was asleep.
I heard something.
I woke up a little disoriented.
So I started hearing this voice.
All occupants and they list my address and they said this is the FBI.
We have a federal search warrant for your property.
Come out with your hands up and nothing in your hands.
And immediately, I was just in disbelief.
I thought, I was like, which one of my buddies is pulling this prank on me?
But then I kind of see some lights flashing, reflections.
So I'm like, OK.
So I ran to the front of my house, into the spare bedroom.
I got shutters.
I opened the shutters, and I just saw one of those huge, like, Bearcat tactical vehicles that had the battering ram.
you know mounted to the front and it was pointed right at that window that I cracked you know cracked the shutters and I shut them as fast as I could and I'm like Okay, this is not a joke.
I ran into the next room where my daughter was sleeping.
Fortunately, my wife is at work, but unfortunately, my daughter was sleeping.
She was there and I just ran in and all I could muster to say was, you know, sweetheart, you gotta wake up.
Daddy has to go outside right now.
That's from Nick Searcy's movie Capital Punishment.
You need to see it.
And the individual he was talking to was Derek Kinison, who has just had another hearing or interchange with the federal prosecutors.
And he is joining us today here on America First.
Mr. Kinison, welcome back to the Salem News Network.
Yes, Dr. Gorka.
Thanks for having me back.
And actually, just real quick, I wanted to give you a message from Aaron Babbitt, who's Ashley Babbitt's widow.
He wanted to thank you for all the times that you mentioned Ashley and Just, you know, keeping that torch burning as well.
Well, that's very kind.
Unnecessary.
We should have Mr. Babbitt back on the show to discuss the latest developments, what we know about that murder of his unarmed wife, 14-year Air Force veteran.
Mr. Kinnison, you sent me a long text yesterday about the latest, latest persecution of you and your family.
What has happened with your case?
You came to January 6.
You were a peaceful member of that meeting.
You came as a member of your parish who was here to protect people as part of the security detail for your church.
You didn't do anything wrong.
What is the latest development in your charges?
Well, yes, yeah.
I was there, did not enter the building, did not have any compensation of any sort.
So the latest and greatest is I was indicted June of last year, so we're coming up on a one-year mark.
Obviously, 70 days would be your right to speedy trial act.
We've gone well past that.
So they were going to seek to extend me out another 30 days.
It ended up being another 60 days.
Basically I am facing five felonies and basically two of them are misdemeanors with felony enhancements just because of you know something that another person that were looped in as a co-defendant.
They had a pocket knife so they gave everybody deadly weapons charges just because one guy had a pocket knife.
So all of that added together would be, for my charges, would be non-consecutive 80 years in prison with 1.25 million dollars maximum penalties.
Hang on, I want people to be absolutely crystal clear.
80 years in prison for someone who didn't enter Congress on January 6th, correct Mr. Kinnison?
That's correct, nor did I have any confrontation with anybody.
And in your latest communications with the Feds, they're trying to push you to take a plea deal, correct?
That that's correct.
So they they didn't even send a plea deal.
They want us to submit plea deals to them because they're so busy.
And basically, they sent this threatening letter out to myself and all of our attorneys pretty much basically threatening that if we don't take a plea deal, and we're convicted in trial that they would be seeking to add a domestic terrorist enhancement along with the sentencing on that.
So they're basically taking all those charges, plus they want to put a domestic terrorist enhancement on that.
And what are you going to do with your lawyers, Mr. Kinnison?
We're going to go to trial.
I'm going to perjure myself.
We're losing you, so you're going to go to trial?
Carry on?
Yes.
I'm going to go to trial.
I'm going to fight it to the end.
We just have to stand strong because they want to use all these scare tactics so that they can get people to take plea deals, which makes easy convictions for them.
That's notches in their belt with, you know, just scare tactics, pretty much.
How can our listeners support you, Mr. Kinnison?
Yeah, I've got a Gibson Go, which is Gibson Go slash Derek Kinnison.
It was actually featured in a Rolling Stone article along with your name, one of the trolls that was listening to your radio show.
Good.
We love it when the trolls give us more oxygen.
We love it when Media Matters does transcripts of our show.
Somebody, one of the lefty crazy lefties, did one of our interview with President Trump yesterday with his comments on the Second Amendment.
Thank you guys.
We don't have the money for transcripts.
We love it when you post them.
It's up on the screen right now.
This man is a fighter.
He's a patriot.
He's innocent.
Support him right now.
Kinnison, K-I-N-N-I-S-O-N.
That's givesendgo.com slash Derek Kinnison.
We are praying for you.
We're on your side.
Everybody needs to see Nick Sierse's movie, Capital Punishment.
This is Americans who are being treated.
As political prisoners who are being blackmailed, coerced into plea deals by the Biden administration.
We must stop them.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
This is America First.
This is America First.
There we go.
Title for that one.
The Persecution of Another J6 Victim.
Persecution of Another J6 Victim.
Yet Another J6 Victim.
Alright.
We haven't had Mr. Babbitt on, have we?
We've had him on Newsmax, I think.
Oh, okay, okay.
I was going to say, not for the radio show, but yeah, I didn't know you guys had him on Newsmax.
That's good.
That's really important.
2 minutes 30.
Yeah, this is C.
Okay, Brandon's next segment.
All right.
But...
Any other cuts you want to see?
Yeah, would you play me Duckworth again?
Duckworth, that is cut.
Oh yeah, cut one.
You can cut one again.
Well, they need to listen to their constituents.
95% of Americans, including hunters and outdoorsmen and Republicans and even MAGA Republicans, some of them support universal background checks.
This is not about the camel's nose under the tent, Chris.
This is about politicians who care more about a check, a payday, a payoff from gun manufacturers than they do dead babies.
That's the bottom line here.
We're talking about getting rid of the assault weapon.
You know, restoring the ban.
We're talking about getting rid of high-capacity magazines.
If that shooter had gone into that room full of little babies and didn't have two AR-15s, but had, you know, a single handgun because he couldn't get his hands on two assault weapons at the age of 18, then we wouldn't have the high death rates that we do today.
She's so stupid.
The other AR-15 was in his truck.
Well, also, you gotta love when Dems do this.
They pull these numbers out of you-know-what.
Like, 95% of Americans, that's patently false.
It's like when they say, oh, 70% of Americans support abortion.
They clearly don't, clearly.
They just literally make this crap up.
They just make it up.
And again, speaking of abortion, too.
Huh, finally now Dems seem to care about dead babies all of a sudden.
Yeah, it's strange, isn't it?
We could have saved 60 million of them if they cared about dead babies.
I'll have two colors on the line and then sir her and next All right, clips one ready Oh this is good, DC Drano.
The same people that think 18 year olds are mature, uh, don't think 18 year olds are mature to own firearms believe a six-year-old can choose their gender and disfigure their body.
That's good.
That's absolutely it.
He's a lawyer, right?
I think so.
Yeah.
Thank you.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Car Firearms is fighting for America.
Car executives stand with us here at America First and are willing to put their brand's reputation on the line for our liberties.
Please support our Second Amendment Friday sponsor, Car Firearms.
I carry a 9mm car.
They just sent me a 10mm 1911.
Ooh, it's sexy.
I'm going to take you away to the shooting range this weekend.
I'll give you full reports.
Follow me on social media.
You'll get all the updates.
But check out their amazing line of US-made weapons at KAHR.com.
That's K-A-H-R.com.
They also own the iconic line of Desert Eagle and Inter Ordnance weapons.
Let's talk about the Second Amendment.
We have Lauren Bobert, who was made famous as the pistol-packing mama who challenged Robert O'Rourke when he said, I'm going to take your AR-15s.
Yeah, not as long as she's in Congress.
Cut eight, Lauren Bobert.
I need a way to protect myself and my children.
And my firearm is my equalizer, my tool to do that.
I think she's about 85 pounds dripping wet.
She is the owner of a restaurant where all the waitresses carry a handgun in a kind of cowboy rig holster on their belts.
And she's right.
Samuel Colt was the great equalizer.
And it's up to us to make sure we are in a position to defend those around us.
loved ones first and other innocent vulnerable people you need to get training you need to own a weapon you need to get licensed if you're in a state that doesn't recognize the second amendment unalienable rights to carry that weapon and you need to carry that weapon legally wherever you are permitted to do so just like i do because you are on the front line of this war uh Another woman who understands the importance of the Second Amendment.
This was on Tucker Carlson's show.
This is Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Congratulations on her primary.
Completely destroyed the opposition.
This is Marjorie Taylor Greene, cut three.
What do you make of liberal Republicans in the Senate, Lindsey Graham, John Cornyn, Mitch McConnell, the head, jumping on board Chuck Schumer's gun control plans?
Yeah, the members of the Uniparty that slither in the Capitol and have been there too long.
Lindsey Graham, who just not too long ago was calling for the assassination of Vladimir Putin and can't wait to send our young men and women to war in some far-off land called Ukraine that hardly any American can find on the map.
He's the same guy that's willing to pass red flag gun laws that will undoubtedly lead to taking away firearms from veterans because they may have PTSD from all these foreign wars that he's voted for and funded for years now.
Yeah, these are the problem people in the Republican Party, and this is what's coming for them.
They found out, hearing from people all over the country, how angry Americans are at the $40 billion that they sent to Ukraine because Americans don't want a war.
We want our country fixed.
And if they vote for gun control, they're going to find out big time that that's not what Republicans want from their Republican leaders.
Yeah.
Those midterms cannot come quickly enough.
I love her description of Lindsey Graham slithering into the swamp.
That is who he is, an absolute rhino.
Let's go to your calls.
Jim, Arizona, line 2.
Welcome to America First, Jim.
Yes, sir.
Good to talk to you, Seb.
Welcome.
I've owned firearms since I was 7 years old.
I got my first .22 when I was 7, and I got my shotgun at 10.
Love it.
All the guns that I own, and I have many, have killed less people than Ted Kennedy did in a 69 Oldsmobile.
Yeah, and after which he went to his hotel and went to sleep.
Ted Kennedy kills Kopechny and then goes to the hotel and sleeps on it.
Yeah, and he was never prosecuted.
Nope.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Not only was he never prosecuted, Jim, he was fettered, he was lauded by the Democrats as, remember, the Lion of the Senate.
Yes, and I've listened to this crap since John Kennedy was murdered.
I've gone through this for the last 40 years, and nobody has come up with a way to stop this.
All they have to do is harden these targets.
And when you run to the gunfire instead of away from the gunfire, this stuff will stop.
It's very simple.
Why is this a problem, Jim?
You have a person with a gun.
You have a singular entrance to the school.
And if there is a problem, you run to the fire and you kill the bastard.
It's that simple.
Thank you, Jim.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First coming to you live from the ReliefFactor.com studios.
Relief Factor.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating tens of thousands of Americans as we speak.
People like myself, but also Debran from Massachusetts.
This is Debran's story.
I just started taking Relief Factor four days ago.
My hip pain is gone.
I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you, Relief Factor.
That story could be your story.
It should be your story.
There's only one way to find out, but it's okay.
It's super easy.
Go to relieffactor.com, order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your house in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Debra, and thousands, tens of thousands of your fellow Americans.
You've waited long enough.
You deserve to know the only thing you could lose is the pain.
But that's good, right?
800-500-8384 reliefactor.com I'll use the one of me and the cigar first and then the one of the YouTube video.
You got it.
Alright, let me...
Yeah, Cigar and YouTube.
Alright, I'll go ahead and just dial him up now.
Excuse me.
Calling him back on Skype Channel 1, John.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You can get the split-screen ready, guy, if you want to.
We can pop him up during the break.
Yeah, we can have the mics on in this break.
Copy that.
He's been on the show before.
Hello again, Mr. Herrera.
We are back and the mics are live on our video stream at this time.
Yes, sir.
All right.
All right.
How's it going, Seb?
Good.
Is that a Heavy and a 16 next to each other behind you, or are those two Heavies?
I could just be happy to see you.
No, those are two SCAR-17s, SCAR Heavies.
Yeah, I have the heavy in black and the 16 in FDE.
What is it with the FDE?
Why can't they match the color?
You'd think FN could match the frickin' color.
Well, that's a government contractor for you.
At this point, I think they're doing it for the joke.
They've gotta know by now.
They've gotta know.
They've gotta know.
Alright guys, will you zoom in a little bit on me so I'm almost as large as Brandon?
I can back up a little bit for you.
Oh, that's good because I can see the guns.
Make sure the RPG is... I just need more product in my hair because Brandon's got me beat by about an inch there.
It's all the cosmoline.
There you go.
There you go.
How's the ugly AK doing?
It still needs to be repaired.
We haven't delved into that yet, but that is going to be a cluster.
What are you calling it?
What are you calling it?
The ugliest AK?
What is it?
I think we call it the most cursed AK build I've ever seen and it earns the title.
What's at the top there?
Is that like a super Zenit code out AK?
What is that right at the top?
Yeah, that is a AK-103 clone.
7.62 Zenitco and then below it a 5.45.
45 seconds.
I love the 5.45.
Zinco and then below it a 545. 45 seconds.
I love the 545.
I just love those spam tins.
Yeah, yeah.
Just every time you crack open one, you just smell that 70s air that was canned in Russia.
That's right.
That's right.
30 seconds.
All right.
I need me one of those walls.
Oh, they're fine.
They take forever to ship, though.
Oh, yeah?
What is it?
Is it fiberboard, or is it something stronger?
It's steel.
It's actually stamped steel.
Oh, that's steel.
Nice.
All right, stand by.
Mike's Outcomes Out.
Complacency is a weakness that patriots cannot afford.
For that reason, CAR Firearms is teaming up with America First because CAR believes Americans shouldn't be afraid to publicly stand up for our freedoms.
This is about being more than just gun enthusiasts.
This is a very personal issue as we struggle for the soul of America.
CAR wants America First listeners to know that they are not afraid to publicly support Second Amendment Friday.
Check out the amazing line of US-made weapons at CAR Firearms.
I carry a 9mm CAR.
K-A-H-R dot com.
They also own the iconic Desert Eagle line of weapons and the auto-ordinance.
They just sent me a 10mm auto-ordinance.
I can't wait to try it out this weekend.
Go to KAHR.com and treat yourself.
We have a very special guest with us today.
So there I am in San Antonio for the first time ever at the Alamo, invited to the biggest cigar lounge the world has ever seen.
And then somebody taps me on the shoulder and says, I know you.
I met you at SHOT Show.
And it is the videographer of one of the best gun content YouTube channels out there.
And he works with a guy who I don't know, he has issues with Eugene Stoner or something and he likes Russian tank sergeants.
He is Brandon Herrera and he is the AK guy!
Brandon, welcome back to America First!
Oh, thanks for having me.
And to be fair, I like the Russian tank sergeants a lot more in the 40s than I do nowadays.
That is a very, very important footnote.
Thank you.
Let's put the photograph up there.
His videographer called out to Brandon.
I have issues.
He didn't have a cigar with me.
I found an 80-gauge cigar.
It was delightful.
But he'd been on the road for, what, 48 hours straight, and you came out to say hello.
So I give you full kudos for that.
You need to follow this guy.
You need to watch his YouTube channel.
This morning as I was prepping for the show, something pops up on my feed.
What is it?
It's got the senile old git from the White House on the cover.
This is the YouTube, uh, the latest product from Brandon.
I did that.
Gun store closed.
It is a powerful video.
Why?
Brandon, explain the runaround, this kind of end run, that instead of going after legal gun owners, we were discussing this in San Antonio, now you've posted a video, the administration has found another way to attack the Second Amendment, and it is bloody sneaky.
So about 11 months ago now, it was the end of last June, Biden announced amongst a slew of other things that he was going to be going after gun manufacturers and rogue FFLs is what he called it.
So rogue dealers, rogue gun dealers.
Right.
Rogue dealers, so FFL, Federal Firearms License, the license you have to have to manufacture or to sell like as a gun store or a pawn shop, anything like that.
And so nobody really knew what that meant, but it's become abundantly clear, especially after a string of revocations, where, you know, they would, the ATF would roughly revoke maybe 40 FFLs annually.
It wasn't something that happened very often.
It's not something we really see very, very much, but Just in the last 11 months, it's gone from an average of 40 a year to 273 and climbing.
And let's be clear here, these aren't revocations because they've been found to be selling machine guns to the cartels like the ATF under Obama.
These are people who make, you know, one clerical error on a transfer and then they have their license revoked.
So this is political targeting.
This is not, yeah, they're not being caught, at least the vast majority now, are not being caught in the commission of a crime.
What it is, is they've redefined the word willfully.
And so, even though this is all day long, like just negligence, just clerical errors, little, you know, forgetting to cross a T, dot an I, thought an eight was a three, little things like that, that just happen.
And it's just been commonplace in the ATF, usually works with you, especially local branches.
That has been turned into Basically they've turned negligence into willful disobedience of the law and they're revoking FFLs over it because they've taken away the ability of local ATF branches to make judgment calls and it's all going to D.C.
to a bunch of faceless D.C.
agents.
So this is the crucial point that in the past the ATF gets a certain wrap and in many cases I've been on the range with ATF agents and sometimes that wrap is deserved.
The most dangerous place was on the range when the ATF agents were there with loaded weapons.
So, you know, sometimes it is deserved.
But in many cases... Especially if you have a service animal.
Yeah, that doesn't help.
The service animal is probably the most safest person with the firearm.
But when they do these audits or they come in and check, usually the local ATF agent is helpful and says, okay, you missed something here, just fix it and then the logbook will be fine.
But the point you made is the local jurisdiction, the local ATF office doesn't have that mobility now.
Everything is sent up to the swamp and they say, okay, pull the license, which means, Brandon, this is politically motivated.
100%.
The local guys, in my experience and from the experience of other industry people that I've talked to, usually are pretty cool because they're from that area.
And if you're in a place like I'm in, Texas, they're not guys that are out there to intentionally mess you over.
But once the authority gets removed from the local branches and sent straight to D.C., you're sending it from a local Texas boy to the heart of the swamp.
And that's not going to end well.
I need to hold you over for a couple of minutes.
Just a couple of minutes after the break if you have the time.
I know you're busy.
You've got to fix that cursed AK.
But in this segment we've got a minute and a half left.
You put out a clarion call in your video.
Watch the video guys.
It's short.
I'm going to repost it after the show.
But you had a call to arms politically at the end of your video.
What was your challenge?
So I was going to challenge groups like the Firearm Policy Coalition, National Association for Gun Rights, the Gun Owners of America, to basically come together and let's form some sort of legal fund to help these small mom-and-pop FFLs be able to defend themselves legally against the ATF, because what they're banking on is that small people, they're able to pick on people who don't have the legal resources to stop them, and they're gonna keep doing it.
Right.
So the idea is to create a capacity for these people to protect themselves because this isn't Bud's guns.
This isn't a giant wholesale of weapons.
These are the small FFLs, the small gun stores, which they see as the weak link in the train.
If we can go after those FFLs, we are hurting Americans' capacities to buy guns legally.
It's always the legal citizens, the law-abiding citizens.
We're talking to Brandon Herrera, He's the AK guy.

Thank you.
Thank you.
So, are you recovered from your travels?
Oh, yeah.
I'm good to go.
I bounce right back these days.
Wait till you get to be an old man.
Oh, I hope I never see it.
Oh, man.
You hope that trunion blows up on you before you get to be an old man?
Yeah, hopefully it happens soon.
I keep trying and nothing ever happens.
So, you know, it's either this or I'm going to go down to Houston, take the drive a couple hours over and go mess with some of the anti-Anti-Right protesters.
Oh, do you think they're going to be out in numbers?
Friends have been sending me photos and video all day.
They are out in huge numbers.
Really?
Antifa was bussing them out.
Wow.
Wow.
All right.
25 seconds.
Do you like the Scar Heavy?
I do like it.
Honestly, it's probably my favorite 308.
I really enjoy it.
Loading magazines on my desk.
It's just that stock.
What is with the bi-color mag?
What is that?
I think they only spray the part they need to.
I don't know.
I don't know.
All right, we've got the best guests.
We hold them over because they're that good and we need all three million of you listeners to hear them and then everybody else on the video.

It was epic.

I'm not joking.
He's working on it.
Follow him, The AK Guy, on YouTube.
Also on Twitter.
Brandon, serious question for you.
Couple of minutes left.
I don't get your colleagues in the industry, content providers who are into guns like we are, and say, I don't do politics!
You crossed the Rubicon today with that video.
It means you've got stones.
It means you understand the threat to our liberty.
Will you talk about why you made that decision and why you don't have a choice?
They made it political.
For sure.
And I get the appeal of, you know, friends of mine like Demolition Ranch and such like that, where they appeal to especially a younger demographic.
And there's a spot for them to, you know, get people interested in firearms early on.
And, you know, they're not really there for the politics, which makes sense.
You know, everybody starts in the video games or the movies or the videos, and then that brings them into the gun community.
And then they can go to people like us, I guess, and then learn the politics aspect of it, because it's inherently political.
Guns, we didn't want them to be political.
I certainly didn't want that, but that's where we are.
And the fact is, because they're an enumerated, unalienable right in our founding documents in the Bill of Rights, the idea that it can be divorced from politics makes no sense.
Without the Second Amendment, this would still be a British colony.
A hundred percent.
It's the old saying, without the second, you have no others.
Bingo.
Okay.
God bless.
You have made the decision.
He understands it.
I'm a huge, huge fan.
This guy has a sense of humor like none other.
It's entertaining.
It's educational, but it's also fun.
And now I'm really going to stump you, buddy.
Look at that wall.
Look at that wall behind him.
I mean, is that just the ultimate flex?
Not only is he showing off his YouTube numbers, he's actually flexing behind him with his RPGs.
If you could only have one AK for the apocalypse, Brandon Herrera, which would it be?
Ooh, I'm going by my 105 there.
The kind of shortened 545 with the suppressor, and that one's set up for night vision shooting, so...
Uh, got some nods in a Faraday cage that I'm waiting on a rainy day.
I just, you know, I kind of hope I don't get the chance to use it, but... So not a crink?
Not a crink?
Not a crink?
No, that's the one right underneath it.
That's my baby!
That's my baby!
Alright, follow this man.

Next, Alex Marlowe. Alex Marlowe.
Next, Alex Marlowe. Alex Marlowe.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
A person picking up ballots and running them to the drop boxes.
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
And in no shape, in no way, in no time is that legal.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.

Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First one-on-one with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka, the author of The War for America's Soul, former strategist to President Trump, and still member of the National Security Education Board in the Pentagon because I guess Biden's a little bit afraid of O.G.
Maga.
Talking of which, we have an individual with us who, if they gave out official employee identity cards, his would say employee number one of Breitbart News.
He is the editor-in-chief of the most influential conservative news site on the planet.
He's Alex Marlow.
Welcome, Alex, to America First.
Thank you, Dr. G. I always appreciate the kind intro, and I appreciate the opportunity to return the favor for you, who always is on my show on Thursdays, which we love.
Yeah, we talk national security.
We talk domestic politics, MAGA, national security every Thursday morning on your SiriusXM Patreon news channel show.
Please check out the podcast.
Alex is a very, very good social media platform just go to all the usual places and plug in at Alex Marlow and check out the podcast as well.
So much to discuss let's start we have to because of the left's reaction to it with the events of Uvalde the shooting the the horrific shooting in Texas.
When somebody who is running for governor Stages a disruption of the first press conference from the sitting governor, the head of public safety, the superintendent of schools, lieutenant governor, and grandstands on the still warm bodies of those who were killed.
Shouldn't we draw some conclusions as to the depths of the depravity that the left are prepared to sink to, Alex?
Yeah, this was something that certainly would have seemed uncouth 10 or 15 years ago, and now it's something that probably surprises no one who reads the news on a regular basis.
It used to be that there used to be some sort of a governor in the brain of people on the left, and to the right too, but to a much lesser degree do they have this problem, where there's an urge to politicize every single moment.
And there is a thought that perhaps there are some things that are more important than politics.
And now everything is officially political.
It's been game on.
It really finally solidified when Donald Trump came down that escalator in 2015.
I mean, that was it.
That was the moment when everyone just realized it's game on however you politicize anyone.
That's how you do it.
And now we're at a point where A very weak individual, an Irishman who poses as a latinx named Beto O'Rourke, otherwise known as Robert Patty O'Rourke, comes in and he hijacks a press conference so that he can virtue signal, and you had the right word, it is a grandstand.
One thing that struck me was just how powerless he is.
This is a guy that's been running for office constantly, it feels like, for the last half decade, and he has nothing.
All he can do is interrupt like he's some sort of a Code Pink pink hat protester at some sort of a rally.
That's what he's doing here.
This is the type of stuff I would see in my college when I was trying to host a conservative speaker on campus.
And this is something that he's doing purely for his own political benefit.
When I came on your show yesterday, because I mean it's your job as the editor-in-chief, you said, and I hadn't seen this because that's why I pay my use of the big bucks to watch the garbage gutter legacy lying media, you said that this act, this act of desecration, was actually celebrated by the mainstream media.
Can you talk about that, Alex?
Yeah, this was unbelievable.
We tracked this quite a bit at Breitbart because we look at analytics dashboards about what's popular in social media, and it was an overwhelming response from the left.
Most of the most popular stories for a moment in time, I believe it was Wednesday of this week on social media, were actually positive stories where the left came out in full force in order to back Beto here, to suggest that he's basically channeling the id, the inner monologue, of all of us who are outraged about this.
And I think it's very important to note as conservatives who don't always consume left-wing media that really this type of stuff is quite popular in certain circles.
Now it wasn't 100 percent.
Some people on the left point out the same stuff I did, that it looked way political, it looked exploitative, and that the timing was bad and it was wildly unproductive other than to get Beto a few headlines.
But a lot of people were all in on it.
A lot of people thought the major currency in American politics right now is outrage.
And if Beto figured out a way to show the most outrage, then that was a positive.
Let's talk about the real deeper story here.
I've been doing international interviews about America's gun culture and why we have so many shootings and having to defend the Second Amendment which of course makes us unique and why we will never be subjects but always citizens.
I tweeted out, as soon as this event was reported, a prediction that hasn't been gainsaid so far, that there will be indicators of this person doing violence which were seen already.
The colleagues he had at that burger joint talked about his strangeness, the fact that clearly he's from a broken home living with his grandmother, on top of the fact that he's a self-harmer.
This is a young man who thinks it's Normal or okay to cut your face repeatedly.
This is the real story here.
This is how we are, where we are with Parkland, with of course the shooting in New York and in California.
We have an assault on the fabric of Western society and that's the real story.
And the thing that What occurred to me in our discussion on your show is there doesn't seem to be one person of the left, and I don't mean just politicians or talking heads, you know, the chattering classes who's prepared to say the real answer here.
That if you have an assault on the nuclear family, if you have an assault on faith, if you have the assault on the concept of healthy manhood, this is going to happen, Alex!
Yeah, and it's been very noteworthy over the last day or two to finally hear from the mother, who I didn't even think was in the picture.
I mean, I'm all for looking into the parents and figuring out ways to prosecute the parents, if that is possible.
I don't know if it is with the current system.
But you can't let these people slip through the cracks.
When you see an individual who is your child, who's cutting his face, then you got to make damn sure your number one priority in life is to make sure he doesn't get high-capacity weaponry.
And it's one of these things, Dr. G, where I think if you took this issue and used it as a test case for whether or not there should be any sort of gun control whatsoever, I think you get a very popular response that, yeah, we would love to figure out a way to make sure this individual doesn't get weapons.
And what's striking to me is the reason why it's not going to happen, the reason the Democrats can't pass any sort of gun control is because none of us trust the system.
None of us trust law enforcement to be able to vet people purely based on whether or not they're a legitimate threat to shoot up an elementary school, because we see where we dedicate law enforcement resources These days, under the FBI, under Merrick Garland, they try to put stuff in like the Ministry of Truth.
They look into parents who don't like CRT or trans people in bathrooms.
And this is a reflection of a huge broken rift within our system, that we no longer have law enforcement that's credible in this way.
And it took a Border Patrol officer to save the day here, which is stunning to me that that's the case.
Yeah, and we're still waiting for confirmation as to whether or not law enforcement, local law enforcement, waited outside for more than an hour and prevented parents from rushing in.
I hope they didn't, but we will find out as investigations progress.
I have to ask you the broader political ramifications.
Do you think that, we're five months away from a midterm, do you think now it's clear we have the scenario given the state of the economy, national security, inflation and everything else?
That the Democrats are going to go back to the old hoary topics of Roe v. Wade and gun control.
Is that going to be the platform?
That's all they have, and I don't think it's as effective as it once was.
I think that there's a Rasmussen poll out recently that suggests that people don't think gun control would have stopped a mass shooting like this.
And if you look at the constellation of mass shootings of late in Buffalo where there were red flag laws which weren't even used, we had this case where the guy was largely under the radar and it really should have fallen on the family to stop him.
And then you have things like Parkland, where the guy was on the FBI's radar for so long and should have been stopped and wasn't.
They don't have a coherent answer to how to stop this, other than, I guess, people with guns coming up to your house, Dr. G, confiscating your guns as a law-abiding citizen, and then incinerating them in some sort of a massive inferno.
They don't have anything.
They just have emotion, and that's why Beto resonates with them.
But I also am seeing, I'm not seeing the abortion issue move the needle quite as much as it once did.
Let's see if Roe v. Wade does get overturned and if it does, what the protests are like.
But that just feels like all they're doing right now is trying to consolidate their left-wing base because that's all they have left.
They've lost independence and they're even losing, I think, some people who are moderate Democrats who were a steadfast part of the party until the woke revolution took place.
As of yesterday's polling, the lowest approval ratings for any president in modern history.
That is Joe Biden.

Alex, we were talking about the Second Amendment, the assault on it, the news from Uvalde.
We can segue very smoothly to the topic of your book, Breaking the News and the Big Issue of Big Tech, because Elon Musk, the individual you warned me about that we had so many high hopes of, Tweeted out, I think it was on Thursday morning or Wednesday night, that yeah, we have to do something about these AR-15s.
Maybe some special kind of registration or training.
And I just tweeted out, Elon, you are doing so well.
Let's break down this story.
The book is Breaking the News.
We've got to get it from our guest, Alex Marlow, breaking the news, exposing the establishment media's hidden deals and secret corruption.
Where are you at in terms of Twitter?
I don't know if you're on Truth Social.
Something's happened on Truth Social.
My account is now 2,000, 3,000 new followers every single day for the last week.
So something exponential is happening there.
They're opening it up to Android as well.
Devin Nunes on the show.
We invited President Trump on the show as well.
Are we starting to see some glimmers of hope?
Or are you still concerned that this is the most powerful weapon the left has to distort and steal elections?
Yeah, it is one of the most powerful for sure.
Noteworthy is maybe the most powerful of them all is Google, which President Trump was complaining that Google might be discriminating against True Social, and that would be great because I spoke to Donald Trump personally a couple of years ago about the threat of big tech, and he was really obsessed with Twitter, and I get why.
That was his most powerful tool.
But for his supporters, the most powerful tools have been Google and Facebook by a mile, Google number one.
And so if he's getting fired up about Google, assuming he runs for president next time around, that could be a very good thing, because he needs to crack the whip on Google, who is manipulating elections in a major way, in my opinion.
But what's happening is Musk is going to disappoint.
If you're a Musk superfan, if you think he's some sort of pure guy, he's going to disappoint you in different ways.
He does a lot of things and says a lot of things that do make me indicate Some of the red-pilling is legitimate.
I was kind of in the camp.
It's most all performance art to advance his businesses.
I'm not there anymore.
I now think he has internalized some of the values you and I have, Dr. G. But he's going to keep making mistakes.
He's way too tied to China.
He is not going to be pure on the free speech front.
And then now we're seeing he is kind of into grabbing a few guns here and there, which you can't do it.
You can't have that approach.
You have to have It's a slippery slope, and if we start letting the government grab some guns, they're going to try to grab them all.
That's what they've wanted to do, and that's what it's going to be.
But your second point, I love that Trump's now on True Social.
I think it makes the competition more robust between the two platforms, and I think that's a good thing.
Does it have logic, though, if you're talking about social media not really being designed to be tribal, that there's, you know, one social media platform for one political identity?
Does the fact that it's 99% Trump voters and then the odd troll that comes into the feed, does it make sense as a business model?
You've written the book.
You understand social media.
Andrew Breitbart was a genius.
Yeah.
Does it have legs for the future?
It's such a great question with such a tough answer, and one where I've shifted.
I would have been a hard no on this a few years ago, but it's very clear that the left now, which has taken over so many of America's corporations, is just going to take their ball and go home.
They don't want to be exposed to different ideas.
They don't want to interact with people with whom they disagree.
They want to censor us.
They want to throw us off their platform.
They demand a cult-like allegiance to a sort of you know, woke Bill of Rights that they have, that we could go through some of the tenets of it.
Many of them are in the book.
And so unfortunately, I do think we should create our own platforms, even if it means we're kind of hanging out amongst ourselves.
I think it should start there and see if we can bring more people to the fray who are open-minded thinkers, because Twitter is always gonna be overwhelmingly left, and it's gonna be very hostile to free speech until something radically changes, because their business model is not right now based on free speech.
The business model is based on pandering to woke, angry left-wing millennials that make up most of their platform and their corporate workforce.
You have on the bookshelf behind you The Seminal Worker, a book that changed my life.
That's the late Andrew Breitbart's Righteous Indignation.
You're his number one employee, his first employee.
How would he react?
Because he's an iconic figure, a unique figure, a tinge of libertarianism there.
What would his response be to the social media oligarchs today?
Would it be break up, leave it alone and compete?
What do you think he would say?
It's very hard to say because he did have a wide libertarian streak and I think he loved interacting with the left and just trying to beat them on their own playing field.
But I can't imagine that when he saw how rigged the game is right now where there is so much collusion amongst the tech elite in the government creating this sort of super state that he would have stood for it.
But I'm always reluctant to channel exactly what Andy would have thought, because one thing we loved about him is he always brought new insight to every situation.
But I can tell you he wouldn't have liked the situation, whether or not he would have said that, you know, for sure, we must break up big tech.
I would hope he would have thought that, but it's hard to know because I don't want to put ideas in his mouth.
But as an outside-the-box thinker, don't think you can put him in the cookie-cutter, oh, it's a private business, they're allowed to do what they want.
Obviously not.
Obviously the modern-day conglomerate benefits greatly from favorable government deals, and that's how they get so big.
The book is breaking the news.
You've got to get it.
You've got to follow this gentleman, Alex Marlow, on social media.

Alex, let's address the big issue of the film I was involved in.
It's 2,000 mules.
It is the proof that everybody says doesn't exist.
The two terab... No, two giga... No, two petabytes worth of data.
Almost five million minutes of CCTV camera footage that Dinesh D'Souza brought to the table with Catherine Engelbrecht.
We were told that it didn't happen.
We're conspiracy theorists.
It's out there, record-breaking, more than a million downloads, more than a hundred thousand DVDs mailed out.
I'm sure you've seen the movie.
We were there at Mar-a-Lago with the president, watching the premiere.
Do you think documentaries of this ilk can have an impact on the next election?
Do you think there are people who will say, yep, those crazy conservatives were right?
Yeah, I do, actually, because I think that this keeps the conservative movement fired up, and it keeps us, I think, focused on what are some real election integrity issues, which we all knew they were there, and I think at Breitbart, where we did hundreds of stories on election integrity in the run-up to the election, I mean, dating back to 2015, where we were concerned about some things within the system.
And then, of course, afterwards, a lot of the things that we were focused on were some of the things like, for example, this community organizing, which was really on display in the film, where you see people who are clearly community organizers, no doubt paid operatives of the left, driving from ballot box to ballot box, stuffing them with God knows what, maybe legitimate votes, maybe semi-legitimate votes, maybe illegitimate votes.
But we all know that that's not how our elections are supposed to go.
We've learned about that exact same stuff.
And to see the evidence, I think, does focus the mind.
And I think focusing on things like that, and not on things like Dominion voting machines, I think is very important.
I think the right knew something was up.
They knew that Joe Biden, who campaigned from his basement, didn't get a record-setting 85 million legitimate votes.
But how did we get to that number?
I think now we're starting to actually see things that make sense to people.
And I think that even if the left doesn't watch it enough and they won't, I do think that this is a much stronger, much stronger grounds for us to argue that the election wasn't entirely free or fair than what we were doing in the immediate aftermath of the election.
After the election, here it was clear with the callers on our show, the listeners, the social media interaction, there was a sizable chunk of the Trump MAGA base who just said, that's it, we're giving up.
Yes.
They're just going to steal it again and again and again.
You have a rock-solid MAGA base that listens to your show, your podcast, on Breitbart News, on Sirius XM.
I think we've turned a corner, especially with 2,000 mules.
I don't get those DMs anymore that, that's it, it's done, they've stolen the Republic.
What are you seeing with your callers and your listeners?
Is there a renewed spirit and a refusal to give up now that we have the evidence?
Yeah, I think there is a renewed spirit.
I'm definitely seeing some engagement and you know what's ironic is that I'm seeing people respond to some of the left-wing hysteria that we've seen with the Roe v. Wade issue and now the gun issue and these are very animating to people and there is another side to the coin where it doesn't just I'm glad they admit it, because we all know that's how they feel.
some of the conservative base fired up because we wanna defend our rights, we wanna defend the Constitution from people who don't like it.
And we're starting to see with that example, people kind of admitting they don't like the second amendment in general.
Think Michael Moore's out there saying it's time to repeal it.
Good, thank you.
I'm glad they admit it because we all know that's how they feel.
Now they're kind of admitting it.
And I think that people look at this when they see answers like what Dinesh provided and Katherine Engelbrecht from True the Vote, In the movie, they start saying, actually, this makes sense.
And if this is the issue, maybe we can stop it.
I think the confusion right after the election, how is it possible that Joe Biden got all those votes?
That's what's demoralizing.
This is highly encouraging that we're starting to see some solid proof that this is maybe what went wrong, and maybe we can start here when we're trying to fix our system.
But when it comes to the requisite response from the GOP establishment, basically nothing, correct?
Yeah, this is what they do.
They don't understand where the fight is and how to fight.
And they don't have real solutions for us.
They want to do exactly what the left does, which is virtue signal, and then get fettered at parties and then get big donor checks and land cushy jobs on K Street.
It's so irritating, Dr. G. It's a tale as old as time.
But this next generation of politicians that we're seeing, winning primaries now, they're not going to be like this.
They're going to be fighters.
Yes, that is true.
We have a slew of MAGA candidates and primary winners, but even if they have the numbers on Capitol Hill, this is my worry, and I ask the MAGA politicians that come on the show, does that change the cultural identity of the leadership of the right-wing establishment?
It doesn't, but this is why we should oppose Mitch McConnell vigorously to be the leader on the Republican side in the Senate.
He should not.
It's time for him to move on.
And I think that the same goes with the House, and I know there's a lot of—I'm heartened that so many Republican establishments now talk a big game on MAGA, but we need to make sure that they are held to account.
If they get in there, they can't just talk MAGA.
They have to vote MAGA.
They have to legislate MAGA, or else they're going to get primaried, and I think there's going to be a lot of outrage from the base.
It's a simple metric.
You can't just talk manga.
You've got to vote manga as well.
We're talking to Alex Marlow, editor-in-chief of Breitbart.com and the host of the Breitbart News Daily podcast.

The big question Alex when it comes to 2024 is President Trump.
I am kind of shocked.
I don't believe in cults but after his performance in the first four years I'm kind of shocked by anybody who posits somebody else should run instead of President Trump.
Even if it's Ron DeSantis.
Why?
Because Ron DeSantis is a success because he has aped the policies, the stance, the attitude of President Trump.
I know he will run.
If he becomes president, if we do our part, give us your wish list of how the second Trump term should look like.
As far as I'm concerned, it's got to be the berserker in the swamp.
You've got to get out your flamethrower.
Move the departments out of DC.
Take, you know, ag and agri.
You know, if you can't get rid of the Department of Education, then move it to, you know, South Dakota.
And then, seriously, drain the swamp.
Fiscal responsibility.
America first.
Build a wall.
But I want to hear your druthers for what that second four years should look like.
Yeah, I think all you have to do, this is super easy, go to the campaign trail 2016 and everything Donald Trump was saying then, that did not get done in his first term.
That's the agenda.
It starts with building the wall, making Mexico pay for it, cracking down on illegal immigration robustly in the Mexican cartels, declare them terrorist organizations, and then make sure that we've got a points-based legal immigration system, so we don't have an infinite amount of people coming into the country.
who are legal immigrants.
Some legal immigrants, good, but let's make it so that we're benefiting from this.
That's number one.
Number two is you've got to break up big tech and you've got to hold them accountable.
They cannot continue to benefit from so many government and bureaucracy deals in order to get richer when they discriminate by viewpoint against the president's base.
Number three has got to be continue to hold China accountable.
I love the tariffs.
I love a lot of the moves he made on China.
We need to be even tougher on them than they were in the past.
And then next, I love what you're saying.
We need to, I would say, eliminate three bureaucratic agencies and the ones that we keep.
Top-down, clear house, and absolutely move every single one we can to MAGA country so the type of people who want to operate those bureaucracies are the type of people who can also live in regular America.
If he starts there, then he can fire off all the hilarious tweets he wants to fire off, and all I'm going to do is applaud and giggle along with him.
OK, let's talk about the insider threat, of course, you know, the Vindman type of threat, the Miles Taylor threat, the individuals who basically sabotaged the president from the inside, leaked, broke federal law when it came to classified information.
Look, tell me if I'm wrong.
You were born here.
You were blessed to be born here.
I chose this country.
I'm a legal immigrant.
I think if he comes back in, these people have to be removed root and branch.
We have to have people who go into the agencies, identify those who have seditious intent, Gather the evidence.
If the evidence is there, they need to be charged and put up in front of a dock and charged with either espionage or sedition.
And it has to happen now because I don't see another politician who could do it.
He's got nothing to lose.
It would be his second and final term.
Am I just an extremist immigrant or does an American born here think this is possible?
No, I think it is possible, and we can all be supportive of this.
We need to encourage our brightest people to go into some of these bureaucracies to clear house.
I never thought I would say that, but I do, to replace them.
And we need to make heroes out of them.
I try to make a hero out of people like Hash Patel, people who are in there, who are doing the right thing to try to investigate the bad guys.
And that's exactly the approach we should take.
And there should be prosecutions.
There should be investigation after investigation.
We should turn over every stone.
And by the way, the good news is, is places like conservative Is there something you would like to see done differently?
If there's an investigation that didn't go anywhere, we're not going to lie to you and tell you it's going somewhere.
But this is the new culture we need to create.
We need to look at the left's playbook and see what worked for them and adapt that and actually improve on it, which we can do.
Is there something you would like to see done differently?
Is there an aspect of the first term that you wouldn't miss in the second Trump administration?
You know the answer to this.
He should never talk to the establishment media, ever.
That should be never the New York Times.
And he did a good job boycotting CNN, but the constant chatter with the New York Times and places like Axios, which is owned by Lorene Powell Jobs, which is Steve Jobs' widow who makes all of her money, from China, and then funnels it around to Democratic causes, that should not be acceptable.
And every time he does that, he should get his hands slapped.
But if he executes on the policies that are really truly in his heart and he doesn't listen to the establishment media, I don't see how he wouldn't be a huge success.
There are more than 4,000 positions that are filled by presidential commission, so they are presidential appointees.
One of my largest concerns, and I'd be curious to hear your response, is that We're still not building the bench.
I hear some organizations, there's a couple of MAGA think tanks that have been created.
I don't see a lot of impact from those MAGA think tanks yet.
But we didn't have a bench.
When we came in the building, you've heard me say this, we had about 20 people of senior rank who were loyal to MAGA, loyal to the vision of 64 million Americans.
And after a couple of weeks, he said, I'm using his words from an interview, Steve Bannon said we made a quote drug deal with the GOP to fill those slots and they were mostly filled with Bushites who hated President Trump.
So it's it's not just root and branch removal of the seditionists.
Alex, we have to have a bench to fill those slots.
Do we have them?
Yeah, I'm very skeptical of this, and having spent a lot of time in D.C.
and around D.C., I'm not confident that we do.
But that's no excuse.
We've got to play like champions here.
And I think that part of what you do to start is you start ignoring the establishment media, which is already happening.
The establishment media just does not have the pull.
I was thinking about this, Dr. G, that Jake Tapper got COVID, tested positive for COVID, did his show anyway, presumably exposing his staff, and no one really cared.
This would have been the sort of thing that I would have led my show, dunking on Jake Tapper for being the biggest hypocrite on the planet, and ESPN Branch, I mean Brass, letting him do it, being the most hypocritical people on the planet after shaming kids into masks for years, and then not really care about coronavirus.
I mentioned it for like 30 seconds at the end of the show.
Why?
No one cares about CNN.
No one cares about the establishment media.
And people need to understand that if you get attacked from the establishment media, it doesn't mean anything to the Donald Trump age.
We don't care about these people anymore.
We've rejected them.
And that's a big part of my book.
So I do think that he will have an easier time recruiting, and I think we'll have an easier time just ignoring whatever bogus media storm is.
But I don't know 100% firsthand if this is true, but what everyone said towards the end of his first term with this guy John McEntee coming in and clearing house of people who are disloyal.
I mean, let's do that on day one.
Let's make sure that the people who were there to undermine the presidency on day one, make sure they're not there.
And if they are there, he's going to have a hard time hiring that many people who are perfect.
So then clear them out when they're not perfect, move them on, and then eventually, you know, you start with the Rex Tillerson, doesn't go great, but then you end up with the Mike Pompeo, which does go great.
You can get there.
We just gotta be quick to fire people who do a bad job.
I'm glad you mentioned his name, one of the unsung heroes, John McAtee, who was taken out by that seditionist, traitorous John Kelly as chief of staff.
He came back, he cleaned house at the Office of Presidential Personnel, but it was for the last Six months of the administration.

One of my serious regrets now is I'm not a journalist.
Anybody who calls me that, I will reject that appellation.
But I guess it's a media thing.
I'm a media... I hate the word celebrity.
Whatever.
Radio host.
As a radio host, one of my biggest regrets is I never got to meet your old boss Alex.
I was national security editor for Breitbart.com after he passed.
I want everybody to understand I don't read autobiographies.
I hate them.
They're a waste of time usually, but I've read two.
I've read J.D.
Vance's Hillbilly Elegy and I've read Writer's Indignation.
In the last couple of minutes we have here, will you share with us just a couple of things why this guy was so special and just... I know his brain was wired differently, but explain just how different he was.
Yeah, he was so different, and part of it was because he saw a couple of truths about the left that the rest of us didn't see, and he knew them so deeply to his core, he genuinely didn't care if people disagreed with him on it.
He also wasn't the type of guy who was a snowflake when you disagreed with him.
He was happy to talk to you for hours on end if you did disagree.
But he saw a couple of things very clearly, aside from his world-class news nose.
One is that we needed to use jocularity and righteous indignation to defeat the left.
We need to have a good time.
We needed to make fun of them.
And I do think that Andrew was really the beginning of what led to the meme lords, who were a big factor in Trump winning in 2016, is that people were having fun online and not being joyless scolds, which we've seen the left become joyless scolds Literally trying to cancel comedians in recent years.
Andrew was one of the first guys to say that this is an opportunity for us to step in to the cultural space.
But he also really taught us how to fight back hard as well.
So it's both of those.
It's the sense of humor and it's also the ability to kick ass and take names.
And of course his biggest enemy wasn't just the establishment.
It didn't matter where you were.
But his biggest enemy were bullies.
Correct, Alex?
He hated the bullies, but you're right to flag the establishment.
Remember, Andrew lived in L.A.
He intentionally didn't live in D.C.
He lived a normal life in the few minutes he was offline with four kids and, you know, going to baseball practice and interacting with people in the community.
And it was trying to—he was—he did not want to get sucked into the swamp.
That is such a great instinct.
But yes, the hatred of bullies was far surpassed any sort of political ideology that he had.
Yeah, you got to read the book.
It's right there above his shoulder behind him on the bookshelf.
Chapter six itself is worth the price of admission.
It is the map of what the left is doing to America.
It's right just indignation by Andrew Breitbart.
You are dearly missed, Andrew.
And Alex's book.
Gotta get that as well.
Breaking the news.
You've got to follow him on all social media platforms.
You've been listening to America First one-on-one as ever on Friday.
Let's end with the words of a past and, God willing, future president.
We will not bend.
We will not break.
We will not yield.
We will never give in.
We will never give up.
We will never back down.
we will never, ever surrender.
My fellow Americans, our movement is far from over.
