Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
I want to note at the beginning the very disturbing news that has been circulating since earlier today that it seems The Uvalde shooter was at large inside the school for more than an hour.
That has been confirmed.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, it appears that the door to the school that he entered through was unlocked.
And on top of that, there is video yet to be confirmed, and I mention that because it is important that it is confirmed.
There is video from cell phone cameras of distraught parents screaming at police officers outside the school, armed police officers, demanding that they do something whilst the shooter was inside, alive, and perpetrating that mass murder.
Apparently, the police prevented action being taken swiftly.
We do not know whether that was Uvalde police, the safety officer at the school, or somebody else.
We are waiting for confirmation.
But many, many questions are being raised right now.
And it seems as if the gunman entered the building unobstructed.
Okay.
Let's talk about the bigger issue.
I was on a British TV show earlier today where the host raised the lazy, cliched, unthinking point that, well, you've got lots of these school shootings in America.
It's got to be because of access to guns.
Because we don't have access to guns here and we have less school shootings.
It's one of the reasons I left the UK.
When they banned handguns after a school shooting, I realized that this nation is going back to being a nation of subjects and not free men.
I then asked the host, what are the knife figures like?
The stabbing figures life like for just London?
And he didn't have a good answer.
But it's not about the weapon.
Ask the survivors, ask the family members of those killed in Waukesha, that black supremacist who used a vehicle during the parade to run over more than 60 people, killing a young child and maiming grandmothers who were part of a dance troupe.
He didn't have an AR-15, he didn't even have a knife, he had a car!
Sixty people run down.
So, where do we look for the real answers?
The first real answer is the Supreme Court.
The idea in 1975 that a decision is brought, the O'Sullivan decision, that states it is against the civil rights of Americans, To incarcerate, to institutionalize those with mental problems for more than 72 hours.
Unless they are actually in the act of harming themselves or others.
That they must be released back into society after a couple of days.
Which means what?
When somebody shows the signs of destructive behavior as this 18 year old did, who was known to cut himself on his face.
Usually you see this cutting phenomena with prepubescent girls and usually it's done somewhere where the self-inflicted wounds can't be seen.
The inner arm or the inner thigh.
This is a young man who did it on his face.
That individual should be in a home.
That person should be institutionalized until they require and receive the treatment that creates normality in their brain.
If that cannot be achieved, they stay institutionalized for their own health and the health of those around them.
Instead of posting on Facebook, I'm about to kill my grandmother and then I'm about to shoot up a school, which is what he did.
Then the second thing that I tweeted out earlier today.
Why are people surprised?
It doesn't matter which mass event.
If it's not political, and most of these have no political content, even the shooter in Buffalo, if you read the manifesto, this isn't a cogent argumentation from a leftist or a rightist.
Anybody who calls themselves in their manifesto a, quote, mild, moderate, authoritarian of the left, that's not a functioning brain.
You can't be a mild authoritarian.
It's like being half-pregnant.
It's not possible.
These are people with problems.
But why is anybody surprised?
You have one side of the political spectrum that for nigh on a hundred years has executed a full-court press, a frontal assault on the pillars of our civilization.
Whether it is faith, trying to kill God, ridicule those that believe in absolute truth, in the Almighty, in the existence of a Creator, because we're just sludge.
We're just accidental, evolved beings out of the primordial ooze.
There is no real meaning to life.
It's all an accident.
Or whether it's their assault on the family, on the family unit.
From the free sex of the 1960s, to the smash monogamy mantra of the weather underground, to BLM, Black Lives Matter, the social justice warriors, on their website before it was scrubbed saying, yes, we disagree with and wish to dismantle the nuclear family.
Leading to the fact that more than seventy percent of black children are born to broken homes with no father.
Whether it is of late, the unabashed, all-out assault on men, the toxic masculinity battle cry of the new wave feminists that feeds into the insanity of transgenderism.
If you're the society Where the virtues of faith are denied.
Where the ultimate building block of society, the family, is ripped asunder.
And where manhood isn't celebrated but deconstructed.
It's not just that the vulnerable will have no one to protect them.
It will be that young men have no model, no role to follow.
They will sit at home.
Entertaining themselves with hedonistic pleasures, with pornography, with computer games, with drugs, with fentanyl, with mindless hookups, with social media and TikTok videos about the latest trend.
Wearing eyeliner.
Allegedly this shooter liked to wear eyeliner.
Why is anybody surprised?
If this is what we do, There will be more school shootings.
Not because Eugene Stoner invented the ArmaLite 15 rifle.
But because civilization has been attacked at its core.
It's time to take it back.
It's time to stand up.
For faith.
For family.
And for the role of real men.

Yeah, mics are on.
Alright, let me transfer this file and I'll call up Mr. Rogers.
You want the mics off for when he's on?
In the break?
No, it's fine.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
Oh, can you play me cut one and cut two?
Alright.
Cut one, go ahead.
To them, it's a semantics game.
By the way, I grew up around guns.
I own guns.
I grew up in a gun culture.
And what they do is they always try to talk to you.
Oh, those are just semi-automatic.
They're not automatic weapons.
Automatic weapons were banned in 19... Those are semi-automatic.
I said, okay, well then take... Oh, well now you're trying to take away my handgun.
It's always a semantics game.
It's always BS.
Okay.
So that's the question. - Okay.
What are we doing?
Because we're... Why are we always at square one with this?
And I swear to God, if I see another Republican senator talk about their heart being broken, I'm gonna go punch somebody.
I can't take it in their thoughts and prayers.
If your thoughts and prayers were really with everybody, you'd have done something by now.
Cut three.
He's on the line.
That's fine.
Cut three.
He talked about that this was evil.
The only thing evil is what he continues to do to the people of this state.
He says this was unpredictable.
It was totally predictable and I predict this will continue to happen.
When you continue to have a governor who will not stand up For the people of Texas.
He came to my hometown of El Paso after 23 people were slaughtered.
He said he was going to do something.
He did nothing.
In fact, the only thing he did was make it easier to buy a gun.
The only thing he did was make it easier to carry a gun in public.
And he bragged about the fact that there would be no background check, no training, no vetting whatsoever.
Right.
You can give it to me.
Mr. Rogers.
Yes.
Hello, Sebastian here.
How do you do, sir?
Good, good, good, good.
Thank you for joining us today.
It's my pleasure.
Thank you for having me.
Is it Louis or Louis?
You can pick.
No, what do you like?
Louis.
Louis.
Okay, good.
All right, we'll have about seven minutes.
I've got some key questions to ask you.
We'll promote the book and we're going to have some fun.
I'm looking forward to it.
Stand by 20 seconds and then we're live.
Thank you.
Dr. G is in the house on America First.
Sam Gorka!

Standwithisraeltour.com.
Standwithisraeltour.com.
So, I don't do business, okay?
I'm garbage at business.
I don't know how to make money.
I leave that to my wife.
I know how to talk in front of a microphone for three hours a day.
But when I get feedback, That a certain new sponsor or advertiser says, we have never had this kind of response before.
People love finding out more about this product.
I go, huh, that's maybe because I'm fascinated about it as well.
In this case, it's a thing.
It's a tax shelter, one of the few real ones left.
It's called the Delaware Statutory Trust.
The people concerned are cornerstone financial, and we have one of their partners with us.
He's the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Square, Lewis Rogers.
Welcome to America First!
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
So, this system, and please, anything I say that is wrong, you've got to correct me on it.
First things first, it's based upon a hundred-year-old regulation.
It's called the 1301.
It's based also on Delaware statute, which allows you to invest in property and not have it liable to capital gains if you Take that property investment and roll it into another property investment.
Where does Capital Square fit into this, and what is your role as a sponsor in all of this?
That is correct, Dr. Gorka.
Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code is a golden oldie.
It's been around 101 years now.
We celebrated its 100th birthday last year, so it's been around a while.
I'm a tax lawyer by training.
I structured my first 1031 exchange right out of law school in 1984.
Where were you in 1984?
Lots of our staff members weren't even born.
I was wearing short pants back then.
Short pants.
That's funny.
Look, Capital Square, my firm, is a sponsor company.
Our job is to find the best in class, institutional quality property, multifamily residential property, and then structure the debt That's needed to qualify for 10 31.
And then to oversee the management of the property.
And basically to provide a turnkey investment for investors all over the country.
Cornerstone is a top producing office for Capitol Square.
It's managing broker dealer Well Forge.
The broker dealer performs substantial due diligence on the offerings to make sure they're suitable And Cornerstone is highly specialized at evaluating DST offerings.
Go ahead.
Keep going.
Once the offering is completed, Capital Square manages the property turnkey.
We service the non-recourse debt.
We pay out monthly cash flow to investors, provide periodic and annual tax reporting, and at the end of the day, facilitate the sale of the property at the end of the holding period, at which point Investors can do another exchange and get up and do it again.
Right, without being hit by the tax man, which is what I find massively attractive.
Now, let's just reiterate what you just said, because when I met my wife, she moved to Europe, we got married, she left an apartment in New York that she rented out.
It was a nightmare dealing with tenants.
What you're dealing with is the best in class, multi-family properties, and the person investing in that DST, they don't have to deal with any of the day-to-day.
That's your job, correct?
That is correct.
The investors have no tenants, toilets, or trash.
And how does this fit?
And then talk to us about the current environment with so much uncertainty, with rising inflation.
Why is this such a good, seductive way of investing?
Well, it's a great way to invest because it's passive.
The investor doesn't have to go out and search the market to find the property.
Capital Square has the property.
If there's debt needed for their 1031 exchange, the debt's in place.
The property managers in place, asset managers oversee the property management.
And so first and foremost, it's a turnkey investment.
Secondly, housing is a necessity.
And there's a shortage.
We're 4 million housing units short in the country.
Wow.
Which means that apartments stay full.
May I tell you what we call a shaggy dog story down south?
Absolutely.
When the pandemic hit and Capitol Square Had to work from home.
We asked our asset managers who oversee these apartments.
What?
What does it look like?
What's the rent collection?
And they said 99% said 99%.
I thought we were in a global pandemic, right?
And they said no.
Our residents are simply working from home.
We said work from home.
That wasn't a thing back to two years and four months ago.
They said our residents have good jobs.
They have money.
They need a good, clean, safe place to work with fast Wi-Fi.
So we provided them with excellent Wi-Fi.
The apartments have been 95, 96% occupied, 99% rent collection, and they have been performing at an absolutely exceptional pace.
Well, you've convinced me that's why I'm so excited to be working with Cornerstone, and you must be so excited as the CEO of Capital Square to be working with them as well.
Tell us, how many deals have you brokered in your sector of multifamily accommodations?
Capital Square has sponsored 107 DST properties, and roughly 50 of them have been multifamily.
Recently, we have gravitated to the Class A multifamily.
These are brand new, fully stabilized, picture postcard perfect properties, all P's between 200 and 300 or 400 units.
They're absolutely best in class.
They're typically in the suburbs, in the southeast, where Capitol Square has its headquarters, the southeast through Texas and Tennessee.
They have the absolute top amenities.
They're what's called investment grade.
These are properties with a market value of over $100 million, but the investment minimum on a DST is very low, frequently as little as $50,000.
So you're talking about grade A properties that somebody can come in with a tax shelter at less than $100,000?
That is correct.
Wow, that's incredible.
Okay guys, you've sold me on it.
I love the idea.
We're talking to the CEO, the founder of Capital Square.
If you want to find out more about this incredible tax shelter, one of the few legal tax shelters left in America, for property, for housing that people will always need, You've got to read the book Modern Real Estate Investing.
You can get it anywhere but if you use my name you will get it for free.
So you've got to go to dstrealestate.com that's d-s-t realestate.com code g-o-r-k-a and they will send you a free copy of Modern Real Estate Investing.
I am sold.
It sounds like an utter no-brainer to me.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
President Trump will be on later!
Don't miss a second!
Next, Commissioner Bernie Carrick, former NYPD.
That was excellent.
We'll send you the audio later today.
Thank you very much.
That's exciting.
You have President Trump coming on?
Yes, in the second hour.
Oh, my, my, my.
I've got to get you off of the internet and listen.
I have to listen in.
I have to hear.
All right.
Superb.
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
Thank Cornerstone.
All right.
God bless.
Will do.
God bless.
Take care.
Bye-bye.
Um, does Bernie have our number, Eric?
Because he's about to call in.
Okay, I have his number if he'd be, but I did not give him the hotline number.
I can do that real quick.
Okay.
Um, but yeah, I have his number.
Let me get that from... Can, can, uh, can Guy play, um, 456?
Go ahead.
I spent my career as Chairman of the Judiciary Committee and Vice President Working for common sense gun reforms.
As I said, as the Senator and the Vice President.
While they clearly will not prevent any tragedy, we know certain ones will have significant impact and have no negative impact on the Second Amendment.
The Second Amendment is not absolute.
When it was passed, you couldn't own a... you couldn't own a cannon.
You couldn't own certain kinds of weapons.
It's just always been limitations.
But guess what?
These actions we've taken before, they saved lives, and they can do it again.
Look, I was shocked.
We were going through a briefing, listening to law enforcement about precisely what had happened, about what the next steps were, and it was disgusting.
He strode to the front of the room and tried to turn it into a political rally, and I guess his campaign is flailing, he's going to lose, but, you know, just after you ended that clip, the mayor of Uvalde, he turned to Beto, he said, you're a sick son of a bitch.
Because to take something, you've got grieving families.
You've got a community that is broken to pieces.
And to try to politicize it and turn it into a rally the way Beto did, it was really... I've seen a lot of crass behavior.
That was embarrassing and it was... Okay, and then six.
Go ahead.
Both said a year and a half ago that they were committed to make sure that climate is recognized, the climate crisis is recognized for what it is.
It's not a bilateral issue.
It is a multilateral, global, universal, existential issue for every country and every person on the planet.
It has no political labels.
Everything we are doing is driven by mathematics and physics and the scientists who are warning us and telling us and interpreting the math and the physics to give us a sense in layperson terms of what we have to do.
He's not answering.
Um, he's telling you to call him.
Yeah, I'm calling him right now with his cell phone, he's not answering.
Okay.
It eventually goes to voicemail.
Ivis.
Put it in.
Ivis.
On the side of the U.S.
On the side of the U.S. Constitution, America first.
Welcome back, dear friends.
We are trying to connect with Bedminster because that's where Commissioner Carrick is right now.
We need to get his take as the former chief officer of the NYPD on what is happening in the investigation of the Uvalde massacre.
We will also be talking to President Trump later and Jennifer Horne.
Don't miss a moment.
Don't miss a second.
But first things first, have you seen 2,000 mules?
If not, why not?
It is breaking all box office records.
It was in 415 theaters just last weekend.
More than a million downloads because people want to see it.
More than a hundred thousand DVDs mailed out.
It's so important.
I have a stake in this movie.
You've got to see it.
Go to the movie theater to watch it.
Download it.
Order the DVD.
Order multiple DVDs.
They told you it didn't happen.
It was the securest election in American history.
It's a lie.
We have the two petabyte worth of data for more than four million minutes of CCTV camera footage of the mules, of the ballot traffickers.
You've got to see this movie produced by Salem Media, directed by Dinesh D'Souza, and with the incredible work of Katherine Engelbrecht.
Go today to www.salemnow.com.
That's www.salemnow.com.
Just how stupid are these people?
Well, there's a lot to choose from.
Former Republican Congressman.
It just always stuns me when I hear that former Republican Congressman, Joe Scarborough, lecturing us about weapons.
Cut one.
Time and time again.
Really?
You think there's no difference between a semi-automatic weapon and a fully automatic one?
Who's playing the semantic game?
You are playing the semantic game.
He's on the line from Bedminster.
He's been traveling the nation fighting election fraud and campaigning for the good guys.
He is the author of The Lost Son, A Life in Pursuit of Justice, the 40th police commissioner of New York.
Bernard Carrick, welcome back to America First.
Hey Sebastian, how are you?
Very well, very well.
It's hard to keep up with you.
You're like Rudy Giuliani.
You are like the Energizer Bunny, always on the road, indefatigable.
We are so delighted to have you on the line.
You're in good company.
President Trump will be joining us later on the show today.
But first things first, I have to, as a law enforcement professional who looked after New York from the highest position possible, we're getting some very disturbing Reports from Texas that the school where the massacre occurred was not secured.
It was unlocked and that for over an hour, this is from Texas DPS, for over an hour the murderer, the mass murderer, was not engaged.
There is some unconfirmed video footage of parents outside screaming at local law enforcement officers being asked, demanding to be allowed in to save their children.
I know you have the best connections.
What are you hearing and what is your reaction to the tragedy in general?
Honestly, Sebastian, I'm hearing the same thing.
I gotta be honest, it's more than disturbing.
Look, in the aftermath of 9-11, you know, 21 years ago, I have said consistently some of the most soft targets, soft targets that any terrorist could go after would be our schools, grammar schools, high schools, even universities, that they should be secured top to bottom, that it's something we should focus on.
You know, and those accounts went unnoticed.
People ignored this stuff over the last several years.
But in the last few years, in the last two or three years, it's even gotten worse with this defunding the police movement, because many of these cities that went to defunding and started defunding their police departments, And their public safety agencies.
Some of the first things to go was the safety and security officers for schools.
That's bizarre.
That's completely insane.
Look, you know, we secure the White House, Congress.
We secure our mayor's offices.
We secure our police stations.
We secure everything under the sun.
We paid for it.
We make sure it's done.
But where our most precious precious commodities are our children um we don't take that security uh you know we don't have the interest in that security like we do everything else which is completely insane because kids in a school these are innocent children that are unprotected and it doesn't take much well protect
I want to ask you concretely what that would entail and the logistics of it because there's no one better to ask than the person who ran the New York Police Department.
He's the author of Lost Son.
You've got to follow him on Twitter.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
We'll be back with Commissioner Carrick in a moment.

It'll be the President in the second hour.
Good.
Good.
I want to finish... I'm out of Bedminster.
Just leave the Bedminster.
I was on Chicago last night with Mayor Giuliani campaigning for Scott Casper for Congress.
Can you connect us and we'll get him on the show?
Yeah, I'll try to do that when I hang up.
Yeah, good.
I want to continue very briefly on the school securing, and then I want to talk about election integrity, okay?
Okay.
How is the mayor?
He's good.
Good.
Good spirits, everything's great.
Good.
All right.
Titles, if you've got a moment.
Hang on a second.
Um, can you give me cut seven?
Cut seven.
And cut eight.
Go ahead.
They're way too high.
Extremely out of control.
Ridiculous.
This should not be allowed whatsoever.
It's been steadily getting higher and higher every month of this new administration.
It almost doubled since Joe Biden got in office.
It's been horrible.
Well, right after the US president finished his trip to Japan and South Korea, North Korea carried out three new missile tests, and it's believed at least one of them was an intercontinental ballistic missile.
That's according to the South Korean military.
The North has now launched 16 missiles so far this year, and there are concerns a nuclear test could be on the horizon.
Right?
Wow, we might use that with President Trump.
That's insane.
That video of Kim Jong-Un walking away from the missile with sunglasses on shot like it's in a movie.
One minute.
Looks like a scene from that movie, the interview.
Alright, so I'm going to do Prison Fellowship here.
Yes.
And you're not going to use the audio, right?
No.
Okay.
Copy that.
that.
Mm-hmm.
40 seconds.
Over 700 watching right now.

Stay tuned again at 4.30 p.m.
Eastern Time, give or take, is when he will arrive.

This is America First.
What did our Lord and Savior tell us?
There are people who enjoy a certain priority in life.
Children, widows, orphans, and those who are incarcerated.
Yes, those in prison.
Please help me to help those who want to rebuild their lives.
There is an amazing program called the Prison Fellowship Academy that helps those individuals in Christ to find their rightful place again in society once they leave the prison and less than 1% of the people who've been through the Academy End up back in jail.
That's the power of the Word of the Lord.
Please find out for yourself.
Get a 14-day devotional written by prisoners who have been through the Prison Fellowship Academy.
Please go to my website sebgawker.com and click on the Breaking the Cycle of Crime banner at the very top.
It is blessed work.
It is godly work.
You are helping those who need to rebuild their lives to do exactly that.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, SebGawker.com, and the very top Breaking the Cycle of Crime banner.
We are back with the 40th Commissioner of Police for New York, Bernie Kerik, the author of The Lost Son, an incredible autobiography.
You must, must read The Lost Son.
Commissioner Carrick, let's finish before we move on to our next topic, the issue of what happened in Texas.
You've run the largest police force in the world, more than 35,000 individuals in the bag wearing the uniform.
How expensive, how out of question would it be to put a safety officer, an armed police officer, in every school in America?
Let me say this, Sebastian.
I don't care what the cost is.
I don't care what the cost is.
Don't tell me that today there isn't one parent in that school where the shooting happened yesterday, there isn't one parent that wouldn't give whatever it takes to make sure that school was secured.
The problem we have is we don't do this stuff preemptively and proactively.
We always do it reactively.
We're always looking at what could have, should have, would have happened had we done it differently.
The bottom line is our schools should be secured.
We have plenty of retired law enforcement officers that we could employ as safety and security officers at our schools all over this country.
But you know what?
City governments, county governments, you know, they're always pinching the dime and trying to, you know, not put money into where it should be.
Yeah.
Don't tell me this is one of those things where it shouldn't be.
Bottom line is, they could find the money in a budget Yeah.
for two safety and security officers for every school in this country and not think a thing of it it just has they need leadership to say get it done that's what they need yeah and we don't need politicians who say get the police officers out of the schools because they feel that it's creating an unsafe environment uh Commissioner Carrick, let's switch topics.
You've been tirelessly fighting for election integrity across the nation since the last election.
Now we have the evidence, thanks to my colleague Dinesh D'Souza, the incredible film 2000 Mules.
At least 400,000 illegally trafficked ballots in states like Georgia, for example, where that is a crime.
What happens next?
You are a law enforcement professional.
Is enough being done?
There's one sheriff who started investigations since the film was released.
What else needs to be done before the midterms?
Well, you know what, Sebastian?
It's going to be very telling on what's not done.
Let's talk about Georgia.
Has the governor sent GBI out to put together a state grand jury to investigate what was in that film?
I don't think so.
I don't think it's happened yet.
It should have happened the next morning.
You know, everybody questioned what Rudy Giuliani and I and Jenna Ellis and others that was on the legal team.
They questioned us constantly.
When they saw it for their own eyes, they were given election and voter fraud on a silver platter.
Now go do your job.
Impanel grand juries, impanel state grand juries, and go investigate.
Finish the job that Dinesh D'Souza started.
and lock these people up.
They stole the election.
They infused thousands of ballots into this to put Joe Biden in office.
And what's most disturbing for me, and people hate when I say this, the bottom line is, yeah, they stole the election, but that's not why Joe Biden's really sitting in office.
Joe Biden's really sitting in office because there were Republicans that allowed the certification of those votes in those states, knowing that there were problems, major, major problems in those elections.
Well, they've been given a silver platter full of evidence now.
Go do your job.
Does that mean that they could steal it again, given the lack of developments in the last 16 months, Commissioner?
Well, here's the bottom line.
They're only going to steal it again if the Republicans allow them to do it.
That's the bottom line.
And I think the American people have to realize, stop voting these rhinos into office.
That's what they have to focus on.
You just got back from a campaign event in New Jersey.
Are you bullied by the America First MAGA candidates you're seeing across the nation, especially in recent primaries?
I gotta be honest.
I'm pretty optimistic because I see the turnout.
And I'll give you one example.
I was in Patterson, New Jersey.
Patterson, New Jersey is where I grew up.
95% Democrat.
Patterson, New Jersey.
I went to an event on Monday night.
They had 600 people in a room.
75% of that room was black and Latino.
And it was for a Republican candidate for sheriff.
Wow.
and a Republican candidate for Congress.
Wow.
Never in my lifetime have I seen any turnout like that in Patterson, New Jersey, for a Republican.
Never.
Give us the names of the people you're campaigning for in your old stomping ground, Commissioner Carrick.
Billy Pompay for Congress, Mason for Sheriff...
I just came back last night from Chicago for Scott Casper out in Chicago, on the outskirts of Chicago.
I went out there with Mayor Giuliani.
We just got back.
We're back home now.
All right, we need to get those people on our show.
I think we've got a roster already.
Thank you, Commissioner Carrick.

One of the last safe tax shelters in America.
One of the last safe tax shelters.
Why school shootings happen.
That's a monologue.
And Marlow.
I don't know, what do you think?
Something about maybe the second Trump term, like all that conversation?
Oh, oh, what Trump needs to do in a second term.
I'm already seeing intense arguments in my group chats with friends over the video of Cops supposedly doing nothing, like some are just outright saying, these cops deserve jail time, they clearly aren't doing their job, and I'm like, yeah, let's not jump to conclusions like they did with the George Floyd video, guys.
Maybe, just maybe.
But, wait to see what comes out.
Alright.
Calls, we got a couple of regulars on the line.
My pillow here.
Yep.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you, dear friends.

It might be Thursday.
It's Antoinette, line two.
Hello, Dr. G.
Hey.
Our hearts are heavy.
I'm sorry.
I'm trying to be up.
It's been very, very difficult with the children that have been killed.
We're going to have a lot of The lack of faith in the family and freedom of men and women.
So we've been doing a lot of praying, Dr. G. But the good thing is we've had such great turnouts today, this morning at Santana Planned Parenthood.
And of course, on our Sundays from 10 until 2, we've been having amazing turnouts.
People are waking up.
We need to protect the children, Dr. G, and I loved your Our Father that you did the other day.
That was amazing, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Thank you.
It resonated with so many people.
It's so strange.
All I did is say the Our Father on radio, and I got texts.
I got really heartfelt thank yous for doing that.
I just thought it had to be done.
God bless you, Antoinette.
Keep your voice for the voiceless loud and clear.
Judy Brooklyn, line one.
Hi, Dr. G. How are you?
Listen, I feel very strongly about this.
I think that all teachers should be allowed to have the choice of keeping a gun in their classroom, okay?
And that should be a choice, and I feel very strong.
I don't have all the answers, but I really feel that these teachers, and some of them know how to, they're trained, and if they want to be trained, that's fine too.
I've heard these stories where teachers felt they had to leave their gun in their glove compartment in the car.
They weren't allowed to bring it in.
There should be no gun-free zones.
I don't believe in it, because that's a soft target.
That's where they like to go.
And I just feel that teachers should not be sitting ducks, and they should, you know, that's how I feel.
Also, this boy over here, I'm not happy with the fact that he, at 18, can go and get these high-powered rifles.
There's something wrong with that.
I'm for guns.
But you know, there's something wrong with that.
Why?
Why is there something wrong with that?
He's an adult, and that's how America became a free nation.
I gotta push back on you there, Judy.
Well, yeah, I know you would.
But you know something?
I don't believe in having a guy easily just get a gun, like rifles, high-powered, and be able to use them.
There's something wrong with that.
I believe in defending yourself.
It should be a defensive weapon, okay?
There's no such thing.
There's no such thing as a defensive weapon.
There's no such thing as an assault rifle.
The fact is, we exist as a free nation because of guns.
So Judy, I'm going to have to disagree with you.
Stay here on America First.

Checkpoint 2, do you guys hear me?
I see someone dialed in on the Comrex.
I have you, do you have me?
Yep, I gotcha.
Copy that.
And are you guys going to dial in for the Skype or do we dial in for you?
Uh, we can dial in to you, I'm gonna send that out right now.
Great, thank you.
Thank you.
They were asking about, there we go.
Thank you, John.
They were asking about USC.
Senate, and I said personally either Cordy Williams or James Bradley would be fine.
I would do either Mark Moyer or Cordy.
Okay.
James is good, I think Mark is a little more seasoned.
Right, right, I know he's run before.
Mics are on.
Mics are live, yeah.
And other than that, I mean Governor... And I love James.
James is great too.
You can go ahead and put the full screen.
Yep.
Okay.
Cameras are on.
There we go.
One minute.
How's your voice?
It's getting better.
Do you hear it though?
I like it.
It's okay.
I like it.
I know.
I'm like Sheila Smoker over here.
More cigars.
Well, you're the warmup act for President Trump.
You know that, right?
I just saw that in the tweets.
I'm super excited.
I'm up to the task.
Good.
All right.
Standby.
That's fun.
Starting to start the hour.
Yep.
Okay.
Here we go.
Opening act.
Opening act, Jen, no pressure.
Balloon animals.
Uh, yeah, tracking shot on him.
Alright, 25 seconds.
Let's go.
Sebastian Gorka.
Steep voice, Dave.
Excellent liners.
But he is in danger now, because there's somebody who's dropped at least half an octave.
We are delighted to have her with us today.
I don't know if she's been gargling with a mixture of single malt whiskey and gravel, with a few large cigars to go along, but I do like it.
Jennifer Horne!
Welcome back to America First!
No pressure there.
Hi, Dr. G. Sorry about that.
I was usually with you on Wednesdays, and I have had no voice for like 48 hours, so it's coming back.
I feel like it's getting there, but yes, I am a little more sultry today.
I love it.
She is the co-host of The Morning Answer, AM 590, AM 870, The Answer, also crntalk.com.
Follow her right now on Twitter at You guessed it, Jennifer Horne.
Are you on Truth Social, my dear?
Yeah, would you give me a follow?
I just started, actually.
I follow, like, 5,000 people on Twitter.
I've been a little bit slow on Truth, but I'm going to go, as we are on air live, I'm going to go into Truth.
Because I'm brand new.
What is your name under Truth Social?
Jennifer Horne.
Easy peasy.
Guys, a lot of people, I don't know why, a lot of MAGA people, given that this is made for MAGA by Mr. MAGA, President Trump.
There we go, I am following you right now.
A lot of people have pseudonyms, or don't use their real names on Truth Social.
Guys, come on, get serious.
If President Trump, who will be on the show by the way, did I tell you he'll be on the show by the way?
If he could go on there.
If Devin Nunes, who was on the show yesterday as the pre-pre-warm-up, can use his own name, then so can you.
But join.
Something is happening on social.
I am getting about between 2,000 and 3,000 followers a day now on social.
So I'm going to ask President Trump what magic sauce he's using behind the scenes.
He's the real wizard of Oz.
So excited to have a new platform.
OK, let's stop having fun.
Let's get serious.
I did a monologue at the start of the show on The real problem, it kind of was triggered by doing British TV earlier today and they said, are you guys all mad in America that you have all these guns and you kill people?
And I said, it's not about the guns.
Tell me, dear host of the British TV show, what's knife crime like in London, OK?
Get back to me when you have those stats.
And it is shocking.
And I want your response to my analysis.
Nobody should be surprised because these aren't terrorists.
If you read the manifesto from Buffalo, if you see this person's Facebook postings, these aren't terrorists.
There's no cogent political ideology here.
There's just evil and there's wanton destruction.
Why is anybody surprised?
Because we have one half of the political spectrum that for nigh on a hundred years has been in a full frontal assault on three things.
On faith, religion, organized religion, That has an answer that gives meaning to human beings of all skin color, of all ages, of all socio-economic backgrounds.
There's been a full court assault, a full court press against the family to such an extent that this vaunted social justice organ, Black Lives Matter, actually puts it on its website as wanting to dismantle the nuclear family.
And then last of all, the one that I'm really agitated about and I think is going to be the The topic of my next book, Jen, is this utter assault on masculinity and manhood.
That, you know, men are bad, masculinity is toxic.
This guy who killed the children in Uvalde apparently wore eyeliner and got into fights because he wore eyeliner.
If we do those three things, assault faith, the family, and manhood for nigh on a century, this is going to keep on going.
Oh, absolutely.
This problem is so cultural.
It is not about guns.
It is not about weapons.
It's not about video games.
This is about the culture that we have created, really the left has created in this country.
And it's funny, I had this conversation, I just spoke with Steve Hilton from Fox News earlier today about this.
I know you and I have talked about the problem that I've identified as The problem with men in this country, we talked about this a couple of years ago, it comes up every time.
These shooters are all the same.
They are young men with a blank stare in their face.
And you hit the nail on the head.
We have created a culture that has made God absent.
We are not allowing people to explore their faith.
We ridicule people who do.
We have created a culture that has raised strong women, and now not even that, but you have to be, what do they call it now, intersectional.
You have to check multiple boxes to be accepted or lifted up in society.
Being a man is incredibly difficult at this point.
We are not doing a good job raising young men, and part of that is because of the destruction of the family structure as well.
We've got people who are not being raised in loving homes.
We don't know, and I hope.
I am so glad that people are spending time talking about the victims of this shooting because they deserve to be highlighted.
I think far too often we don't talk about the victims, but I think we need to talk more about the shooter.
We need to talk about what this guy's circumstances are.
As a society, Seb, and this drives me nuts, we are normalizing everything.
Every weird behavior out there, God forbid you say anything.
Everybody just stays in their own lane and doesn't point anything out.
This kid was knifing and making carve marks into his face.
That is not normal.
Wearing eyeliner as a boy, not normal.
These are things that could be pointed out.
And instead of looking at that as hateful, I look at that as love.
That means that you're taking the time and the concern and the care to check in and say, what is going on that is making you act or behave in this way?
Present yourself to the world in that way.
I'm so glad you mentioned one topic there that I kind of surprised even very good friends of mine that have national shows have kind of fallen into this trap more than one of them in the last 48 hours and that's this well you know he liked Call of Duty and the computer game thing so my son you know he is very very
Self-discipline and if you're if you're a d1 rower you have to be because you're out on the water at whatever 5 a.m But he was massively into computer games so much so that he would build his own gaming pcs by himself I have no and by the way, he knows that he's He's a better shot than his dad, which makes me, you know, happy and sad at the same time.
Very good at guns, built his own AR at the age of 15.
I know that my son will never do what happened yesterday, so talk to me about this kind of false flag, this red herring of, oh, well, it's the kids sitting at home on computer games.
No, no.
Computer games isn't culture.
It is much, much deeper than kids who like computer games, Jen.
I mean, it's a little bit of a double-edged sword for me.
The give-me answer is that how many kids play violent video games?
How many people are there that are responsible gun owners in this country?
That does not draw those people who are faithful, who are responsible.
That's not drawing them into a mass shooting, right?
So I think there is so much more than that.
Yes, I think to some point, if you are going down the wrong path, maybe a video game desensitizes you to violence, but that's not the fault of the video game.
That's still the fault of the society that we've created that has allowed people to become desensitized because there isn't faith, because there isn't family.
I mean, I'm not trying to pull the heartstrings on this guy who opens fire and kills all these beautiful babies.
Did he have any love?
What was his surroundings like in his home?
Let's figure out what went wrong there and what we can do better as a culture to make sure that our kids are not going down the same path again.
I just have to make this statement because it's so important to make.
As a child I lived in the UK, child of immigrants, surrounded by other immigrants.
I did Polish scouts because my last name was Polish and they let me in the scouting association.
Every summer we went away to camp we were always fighting the Niemcy.
We were fighting the Nazis in the forests of Wales.
We played soldiers because for Poles That's what you did.
You killed the German Nazi occupiers.
None of the guys I hung out with who pretended to kill Nazis every summer for years did what they did yesterday in Uvalde, in Buffalo or elsewhere.
Guns were prevalent.
Governor Abbott said guns have been prevalent with children for 60-70 years in Texas.
We haven't had this until recently.
So the point here We've got to focus on what matters.
I have to get your response.
Last two minutes before we break for the next segment.
To have Obama yesterday tweet out that as we grieve for the children of Uvalde, I want to remember George Floyd on the anniversary of his death.
Is the left utterly tone deaf, Jen?
I mean, are they going to classes for this?
Because between Obama and Beto O'Rourke yesterday, I mean, I'm disgusted.
This drives all headlines.
I'm sorry.
I know it's not convenient to talk about children and, you know, takes away from whatever headlines you want to put out there.
But my goodness, we have to figure out how our culture has left us behind.
We have a culture problem in this country.
And it's being perpetuated by the better works of the world and by the Barack Obamas of the world who are helping lead people in the wrong direction.
And, you know, again, George Floyd, his death was sad.
We learned a lot.
He shouldn't have died.
I believe that the police officer is in jail for the right reasons.
George Floyd was not an innocent 10-year-old sitting in a classroom.
Yeah.
Bingo.

Mic's up, comes up. comes up.
Yeah, Mike's on for this.
Yeah, go ahead, Sub.
I'm emailing you a graphic from Jennifer's Twitter feed that I want to use with the President.
With the President.
Okay, go ahead and email it on over.
I don't have the heart to unpin it.
I just like it too much.
I know.
I'm going to use it.
I'm going to see where I got it from.
It just sits there.
Oh boy.
Three and a half minutes.
You can't let it go.
I need to know from the radio professional, what is the secret when you've got a scratchy voice?
What do you do?
So usually I'm pretty lucky and my voice stays really strong no matter what.
But this has been happening for like five days.
It got really bad at that award ceremony that I went to because I was probably talking too much.
Imagine that.
But yesterday was awful.
So I started taking decongestants and it got worse.
And I went online and looked.
Do not take decongestants when you have a bad voice.
Gargle with warm salt water.
Don't drink caffeine.
So I've been off caffeine for 24 hours and just drink a lot of hot fluid.
And it's been better.
It's much better today.
Good.
All right.
I didn't do the show this morning, though.
I left Grant all by himself.
I know.
Shocking.
I'm going to do Relief at the top and Patriot at the bottom here, guys.
Relief top, Patriot bottom.
You got it.
Okay.
Put that back, guys.
Thank you.
So what is President Trump going to be talking about?
What are you guys going to chat about today?
I have a list here, a long list.
You need a scroll.
I want it to be a scroll, please.
It's going to be 2,000 mules, what Varney said in that absurd interview on Fox.
I want to ask him about Mark Esper, Oz and Herschel, and Ultramaga!
Ultramaga.
I think we all love being Ultramaga.
We love it.
We're all into it.
And I might use Cut 2 here with Jen.
You might use Cut 2, you got it.
Oh, whoopie.
Yep.
Oh, whoopie.
Whoopie doo.
What is the deal?
You'll find out soon enough.
I know.
I know.
I think, well, if it was the one where she talked about how she wanted to scream about thoughts and prayers.
Yes, that's it.
You got it.
You nailed it.
Very good.
Ready to go.
Look at that nice picture back there.
You've really got everything looking nice around you.
Wide shot please for Jen.
I know you've got the empty spots.
Tracking.
Tracking on camera 4 please.
Go ahead.
90 seconds.
Yeah.
You put the MAGA hat down there.
I like that.
I did.
I think the MAGA hat for now will be good until I find something a little bit bigger to go down there.
Or gold.
Maybe some gold or yellow down there.
Yes.
I think you're right.
We need a little bit of yellow down there.
Because that's kind of your complementary color.
You've got a lot of red.
Red and yellow.
I know, exactly.
Maybe an Oscar.
Can I have the number to the red phone?
Yeah, you need an Oscar.
This award show that I won, I definitely snuck in.
I don't know how I got in that room.
It was, I mean, you had to check at least 12 boxes.
I was the marginalized one in the room, let me tell you.
Oh yeah?
You were the entitled white heterosexual, right.
I know.
40 seconds.
Standby.
Okay.
Okay.
Standing by.
30 seconds.
Mic's out, calm's out.
Mic's out, calm's calm's out.

I want to ruin your Thursday.
I'm sorry.
Oh no.
This is Whoopi Goldberg's reaction.
Classic liberal reaction to the tragedy in Uvalde.
Cut to.
So that's the question.
So that's their reaction to violence.
It's more violence.
I'm going to punch a senator.
Fits in perfectly.
I think she gets her honor badge from Antifa for that one.
And then she's asking, why are we back at square one?
Well, here's my question, Jennifer.
Maybe, I mean, you live in the bastion of liberalism.
They've had control of every organ of power for about 20 years out of the last 30.
So why didn't they, quote unquote, fix it, Jan?
Yeah, you know, it's because it's not an easy answer.
Believe me, if it were, take it with the video games and the guns, you know, we'd all be signing up.
But it's not that.
And we have to figure out how to respect our constitutionally given rights, our personal freedoms and our liberties, and keep our kids safe.
And it can be done.
And Whoopi Goldberg, by going out there and saying, I want to go out and punch people, punch Republicans who aren't taking action, You're part of the problem.
This is all just glorifying this violent nature.
Everybody who doesn't like anybody, well, it's fine to burn cities down and burn police stations down and attack them where they are.
Like Maxine Waters has said, if you don't like something, that's just adding to the problem.
I'll tell you what is more substantive to me, Seb.
I live in California where we have some of the, if not the strictest gun laws in the whole country.
I think it's pretty darn close.
And California has a registry for everything.
We have cooling off periods.
We've outlawed certain types of weapons that can be sold in the state.
We have a lot of restrictive gun laws.
We still have crime.
We still have shootings.
We just had a mass shooting in Sacramento not so long ago.
We had a church shooting last week in Orange County.
They are happening here even with these gun laws.
So why not do this?
And I know I've seen a lot of this on social media.
But I think it's a great idea.
We have way too many soft targets in this country and schools are one of them.
Let's get serious about protecting our schools.
Let's get serious about looking at a single point of entry.
Let's get serious about having armed security at every single school.
And I love the idea that I have seen floated out there.
It's not mine, but it's a great one about having a vet hired at every single school To provide protection.
They know how to deal with the combat situation and I promise you school shootings like this will stop because the people who go into schools are cowards.
They don't go into courthouses.
They don't go into police stations.
They don't go into jails because they know they will be met with fire.
They go into places where people are unarmed and at their most comfortable.
And so we need to take that seriously.
And for everybody, whether it's a Republican or a Democrat, because I don't think it's going to help us to politicize this at this moment, for every single person who does not support that idea, I think that they should give up their own personal security detail because we are protecting the wrong people.
We protect politicians.
We protect celebrities.
We do not protect our children.
And if they don't like the idea of arming and securing schools, then I think they should give up their protection if there's not a problem.
Yeah, it goes back to the Aurora shooting during that Batman movie where they found out during the trial of that killer, his name was Holmes, that he mapped out those places, those shopping malls, those movie theaters that were gun-free zones.
You're absolutely right.
They're cowards.
If they know there's a veteran with an AR standing at the entrance of that school, those children will be safe.

Last question of the day for you.
Latest polling has the current incumbent of the White House at the lowest approval ratings since polling, modern polling, began.
He's at 36%.
That's Biden.
Who are the 36%?
Seb, this is the same question I have.
I'm like, yeah, it's low.
It should be.
Who are the 36% who like him?
It should be 3%.
It should be his family and everybody who gets, you know, paid kickbacks from his family.
Yeah, Hunter, Jill, the brother and the sister, right?
Jim Biden and Valerie.
I think those are the approvals.
So who is this 36%?
Help me!
You live in California.
Is it California?
You know, it might be California, but he's underwater in California.
You know, I think there are only two states where he's above water.
One of them is Hawaii, where they're busy drinking pina coladas and getting suntans all day.
Of course they think we're on the right track.
In California, 50% of California thinks that the state and the country are on the wrong track.
And so while some people will say that many, I say look at how ridiculous California is.
It is so blue.
Most people win their congressional races in California if you're a Democrat by 70%.
Even here we are waking up and realizing we're on the wrong track.
I don't know how you couldn't.
What scares me is the next two years that we have to wait to get someone like a President Trump back in the White House who could actually turn us around again.
I don't know if we can withstand another two years of this.
Our country is in a completely different place.
And it's a scary situation.
And I'm not a fear monger.
I like to look at the optimistic side.
But it's not okay.
These policies, this lack of strength in the White House, it is doing us severe harm every day.
And do you think, given recent events, that they're just going to default to their old talking points in the midterms?
It's going to be protecting abortion and gun control.
Is that going to be it?
Of course.
It's going to be abortion.
It will be gun control.
They will try to ignore everything else.
But here's the deal.
In radio or in any world where you talk to the people, and that includes politics, People always go back to health, heart, and pocketbook.
That's how people vote.
That's what people care about when you talk to them about it on the radio.
This is what people care about.
And if you have folks... In California, I saw a woman crying last week on the news saying she couldn't decide whether or not to buy lunch for her kid or buy gasoline.
This is a real problem in California where we're approaching over $7 a gallon for regular gasoline.
People are now choosing to quit their jobs because it's too expensive for them to commute to them.
If you voted for this man, that $7 gas is on you.
Thank you, Jennifer.
Get well soon.
