Thank you.
An unrelenting stream of immigration.
Non-stop.
Non-stop.
Folks like me who were Caucasian of European descent, for the first time in 2017, we'll be in an absolute minority in the United States of America.
Absolute minority.
Fewer than 50% of the people in America.
From then and on, we'll be white European stock.
That's not a bad thing.
That's a source of our strength.
Replacement theory!
He's a conspiracy theorist!
Oh, who was that?
Oh, that was Joe Biden in 2015.
Talking about what?
Talking about how the people in America who are white should be in the minority.
That the people who should outnumber them should be immigrants.
Waves and waves of unrelenting immigrants.
I need to play that again because if you're watching on video, please look at who is sitting to the left of then-Vice President Biden and listen to the whole clip because we have been told it's a conspiracy theory.
It's Tucker Carlson.
It's the ultra-MAGA.
The shooter from Buffalo killed people because he believes in the replacement theory that conservatives are faking the concept, are lying about white Americans being replaced by people who are coming into this country illegally.
This is what Joe Biden has to say about race and population figures in America.
Play Cut 4 again.
An unrelenting stream of immigration.
Non-stop.
Non-stop.
Folks like me, who are Caucasian of European descent, for the first time in 2017, will be an absolute minority in the United States of America.
Absolute minority.
Fewer than 50% of the people in America, from then and on, will be white European stock.
That's not a bad thing.
That's a source of our strength.
Should he be investigated?
Should somebody in New York, a local prosecutor, investigate Joe Biden's connection to the killer in Buffalo?
I watched the video.
It's shocking.
My producer found the footage that the individual live-streamed.
He had a GoPro camera on his helmet as he went into that grocery store.
I've seen some bad stuff when I worked for the US military and the FBI teaching them on Al-Qaeda and ISIS.
It was my job to watch the jihadi snuff videos, to explain all the stuff that was edited, that was censored by the mainstream media, that Jordanian pilot being burnt alive in a cage, American citizens like Daniel Pearl being beheaded on camera.
If you want to understand the enemy, You have to see what they do.
Because only then, and it's gut-wrenching, it makes you want to vomit every time.
It shakes you to the core.
But if you don't watch it, you can't understand the determination, the commitment to the cause, their evil cause, that groups like Al-Qaeda and ISIS have.
That is why yesterday I sat down and I watched that footage.
First thing it made me think of is the speed with which he killed.
He killed six people in a matter of seconds and then he went deeper into the store firing.
Firing at women on the ground.
Firing at them once and then firing in their head as they're on the floor in front of him.
It was a video game made real.
It was blamed on replacement theory.
Since the weekend, that's all the mainstream media can talk about.
Replacement theory.
Biden did it yesterday in Buffalo.
But is it a conspiracy theory?
Is it Fox News and Tucker Carlson?
Is it the ultra-MAGA wing?
Or has it got nothing to do, and I mean nothing to do, with conservatives?
Is it the plan of the left?
The man who was sitting next to Biden in 2015, as he said, the white American population will be in the minority by 2017.
And it's a good thing, this is what nobody else has been talking about, the person sitting next to him was Alejandro Mayorkas.
He was working at DHS.
He wasn't the Secretary, but he was working on immigration issues.
And he's sitting there, smiling.
A year later, President Trump was the President.
He shut down the border.
He started building the wall.
He created the Return to Mexico policy.
We started DNA testing the quote-unquote family groups coming across the border to find out that the parents quote-unquote weren't actually the parents of the children they were traveling with.
I had to go on television to explain to the world our policy in the White House as to why we were stopping totally any immigration from seven nations of the world that were the hotbeds of terrorism based upon an Obama-era analysis.
Countries like Iraq.
Countries like Afghanistan.
Not a Muslim ban, because if that were the case, Egypt, the largest Arab nation in the world, would have been on the list.
And Indonesia, the largest Muslim nation on the world, would have been on the list.
Nothing to do with religion, but it was a threat assessment based upon terrorism.
We secured the border.
When COVID came along, President Trump, bravely, as he's being called a hysterical xenophobe by Biden, by Nancy Pelosi with her party in Chinatown, shot down air travel from China to America.
We took immigration seriously because without national sovereignty you cannot have a nation.
We understood what the left was planning.
We'd heard the surreptitiously recorded speech by Hillary Clinton to a group of bankers where she said the following, My dream is to have a borderless hemisphere.
No borders on the American continent.
If there are no borders on the American continent, America ceases to exist.
That is the left-wing dream.
Why?
It's very easy.
It's so simple to understand.
America is the problem.
If you're a leftist, if you're a democrat, even the middle of the road democrat.
is so trapped by the narrative that CNN, MSNBC, the Washington Post, the New York Times is promulgating every single day that America is the problem, the new empire, the guilty, guilty empire.
We must be punished.
How do you do that?
You can't have reverse slavery.
You can't have black and brown people enslave white people.
But we can make them irrelevant.
If we open the floodgates, if we reward people for coming here illegally, give them a plane ticket to anywhere they want to go after they've been ushered into the country, given care packets and a phone paid for by you, then what happens?
Sooner or later, the native white population, you heard what Biden said, the European white populace, We'll be outnumbered and eventually dwindle and that is how you create quote-unquote social justice.
America will no longer be America and our guilt, our white guilt, will be purged by being in a minority controlled by people who have a different skin color.
The antithesis, the opposite of what Martin Luther King said.
Wow, I can't believe I'm out of time.
Play the cut again.
It's not a conspiracy theory.
This is Biden.
Play it.
An unrelenting stream of immigration.
Non-stop.
Non-stop.
Folks like me, who are Caucasian of European descent, for the first time in 2017 will be in an absolute minority in the United States of America.
Absolute minority.
Fewer than 50% of the people in America, from then and on, will be white European stock.
That's not a bad thing.
That's a source of our strength.
What a racist.
What a conspiracy theorist.
This is America First.
Is the sound better on my mic?
Jeff?
Yes, it's way better.
It's much more consistent.
Okay, good.
Okay.
We don't know yet.
Um, so this segment is... Oh yeah, Carrie Lake's Skype, right Jeff?
Alright.
Three and a half minutes.
I'm sending you a couple of photographs for the Carrie Lake segments.
Oh, the ones of her and Trump?
Yep.
Alright.
I'll be ready.
How are we doing on cuts? - Yes.
Uh, I have all ten of them.
Okay.
You wanna hear any?
Um, yeah, I just sent you that email, so... Yeah, cut three.
Cut three.
Cut three.
I would say when I'm advising clients is we're going to tighten economic conditions.
It's going to have an impact on a number of things in your business that are hard to predict.
You have to be thinking about your risk appetite.
You have to be thinking about your planning.
You have to think about the fact that we probably at some point, that there's a reasonable chance at some point that we have a recession or we have, you know, very, very slow sluggish growth.
And so start preparing for that.
Start thinking about that.
Okay, and then, um, five and seven.
Five, go ahead.
Take it, the Republican replacement theory.
Mainstream it, because this is the way, you have to scare, we don't have the economy on our side as Democrats, so you have to scare the bejesus out of people.
The way to scare it is to say, you know, this replacement theory, this is not just coming from some dark corner of the web.
This is the Republican platform.
Make them own it.
And the Democrats run from this fistfight.
I know in the previous segment, Eugene Daniels, he talked about the President not wanting to call out names.
Call out Tucker Carlson.
Call out the politicians.
And make this, make them own it.
This is a Republican platform.
It's the racist Republican replacement theory.
Oh, man.
These people are sick.
Losers.
Hey, Carrie.
You still want to hear seven?
Hi, Sebastian.
How are ya?
Good, good, good.
Yeah, play seven.
Okay, cut.
Seven.
So this is all of us on the covers.
Not that I'm saying, you know, anything, but we feel at this table that we could also be on the cover.
All right, and then Tucker Carlson, cut six.
Cut six.
Yes.
Schumer just sent a letter to our bosses here at Fox News, blaming this show for the mass murder in Buffalo, as well as several other mass shootings in recent years.
According to Chuck Schumer, this show spreads, quote, dangerous rhetoric and needs to be pulled off the air immediately in the name of public safety.
Now again, Chuck Schumer is a federal official.
He is the leading Democrat in the United States Senate.
And he is calling for media censorship.
Now, there was a time, like maybe 18 months ago, and that would be considered a direct violation of the First Amendment.
Now, we hear it every day.
Let's throw them in jail.
We wanted to hear more from Chuck Schumer about this.
We invited him on the show tonight, as we always do.
And because he is a coward, this is the only media appearance probably in history he's turned down.
Why did my books show up in the A segment?
Okay.
Okay.
I know that.
I know that.
I know you're on a tear when you're in a monologue unrehearsed and you look at the clock and you've got 50 seconds left. - I'm so angry.
All right, I need to go on a vacation.
What do I do?
I go with you guys!
It's our Stand With Israel tour.

Okay, what an amazing day.
The president is, I think, 74 for 5 in terms of his endorsements.
Despite that, the Washington Post had this to say an hour ago.
Trump's shaky kingmaker statements, the mixed success of left-wing candidates, and other takeaways and analysis from the primaries.
I think that's fake news.
Let's ask somebody who's got his endorsement.
She's running for the governorship of Arizona.
Carrie Lake, welcome back to America First.
Hi Seb, thanks for having me on.
Good to see you again.
Alright, let's put those photographs up there if we have them of you with my former boss President Trump.
Let me ask you, so after 75 for 5 or 74 for 4, I have to ask you to comment Trump's, Washington Post, Trump's shaky Kingmaker statements.
Your reaction.
His endorsement is the biggest endorsement in the history of all politics.
I'll take that winning record to anything the Democrats can offer.
I think it's a great record and, you know, he's going to keep going strong because America is all about America First policies.
I'm even having Democrats and Independents walk up to me, Seb, on the trail.
And say, I'm voting for you because the stuff you're putting out, your policy, it makes sense.
And they're fed up with Biden.
They're fed up with the stolen election.
And they want to get a semblance of common sense back in their governance.
So this is a fascinating phenomenon.
We saw this in the Commonwealth recently with the Youngkin campaign, that we had hundreds, thousands of people who've never been involved in politics, a lot of them from the Asian community, you know, come up to precinct captains, come up to volunteers and say, I know nothing about politics, but I want to help.
I've got a pulse.
What can I do?
Talk to us about what the experience has been like for you from, you know, leaving media as this statewide recognized authority on the news, Getting involved in politics and then I presume just meeting a lot of people who are just fed up and likewise want to get engaged like you are.
It's so amazing what's happening and we're in dark times obviously, but I'm seeing so much that gives me great hope on the campaign trail.
I was just at an event last night.
The place was filled to the rafters.
Some of them were people who've been involved in politics for a long time, but I would venture to guess the majority based on the hands.
I asked for a show of hands.
I've never been involved until recently.
COVID turned their lives upside down.
They started to realize the lies of the mainstream media and the corporate press, and they realized that they'd been brainwashed against President Trump, and people have woken up to that.
Now they see it with crystal clarity that President Trump's policies were the ones that made their lives better.
Joe Biden's policies are destroying their lives, this country, and everything.
So we're seeing great things on the campaign trail.
We're seeing an increase in people who are voting and registering to vote as Republicans.
But I should tell people, if they're listening in Arizona, the county just sent out new voter ID cards because we changed legislative districts.
Just double check that they've got you registered under the right party.
I just talked to somebody whose mother got her card.
She's been a lifelong Republican.
Her new card came in and it said Democrat on it.
Wow.
So just double and triple check because we don't want any funny business.
We had a lot of funny business going on the last several elections, especially in 2020.
And we just want to make sure that people have the right card with the right party on it.
We're urging everyone to register as Republicans so they can vote for me August 2nd.
All right, August 2nd.
Follow this lady right now, Kari Lake.
K-A-R-I, Kari Lake and KariLake.com.
Kari, when you talk to these people who are newly energized, getting registered or, you know, registering as Republicans for the first time, is there some trend line?
Is there some commonality?
What do you hear most often?
Is it prices of comestibles?
Is it gas?
Is it the border?
What are people most concerned about who are newly activated politically?
I think newly activated.
There's a couple of different segments.
One of them are the people who maybe were Democrat before and they have seen what Joe Biden is doing and realizing it's bad policy and it hurts them.
There's another segment who weren't very politically active but they showed up to vote and they saw what happened in our corrupt stolen election and they're horrified by that.
And then I think equally on all sides are the border issues.
Our border was in really good shape under President Trump and every day getting better because he was almost done with his wall.
And then Joe Biden came in on day one and pulled all that back and exposed us to cartel influence, narco terrorists.
Human trafficking, child trafficking, drug trafficking, and it's affecting our lives every day here.
They're watching people come across the border.
This is a little kid's shoe that I picked up at the border, probably a three-year-old little boy.
It's a humanitarian crisis, and they're watching people come across and be treated better than Americans.
They're getting the baby food.
They're getting the baby formula.
They're getting put up in resorts and hotels in Arizona while Arizonans are struggling to pay their rent.
It is an attack on the people of Arizona and on the good people of this country.
And we've got to have a strong border governor, such as myself, to stop this nonsense.
We're putting our foot down.
We're finishing Trump's wall.
We're blowing up the drug tunnels.
And we're sending our armed guard to the border to stop people, turn them around, and send them right back where they came from.
No more will we be open to this kind of cartel, just a horrible show, an attack on the people.
She just stole my thunder.
I'm the host of the show and I was gonna ask her what would she do on her first day to secure the border and she told me without having to ask that's how much of a professional she is and I'm just gonna blow her trumpet for a second at the top of your Twitter feed at Carrie Lake.
This is from our buddies at Breitbart.
Republican Carrie Lake is a runaway leader in the Arizona Republican gubernatorial primary race besting her closest challenger By 25 percentage points.
That's kind of in Doug Mastriano's territory.
I think he was at 22, 23 last night.
So this is a lady on a mission.
It is CarrieLake.com.

Back with Carrie Lake here on America First in a moment.
All right, will you come in?
Yeah, I got some great polling that I got a hold of.
Just to tell you how angry people are.
Can you change the setting on your Skype?
Because I love that poster of you in the back.
Can you unblur the back?
No, but I can show you.
I can't do that, but I can show you the poster.
Oh, good.
I love the we can do it thing.
Okay, good.
Perfect.
Good.
All right.
I'll ask you to do that when we're back on air.
All right.
Okay.
We'll talk about polling.
We'll talk about... Oh, I've got a story that I can use as a hook for that post.
That's superb.
And I need one of those posters, by the way.
I'm sending you one.
Let's come in with the Elon Musk cut, guys.
The Elon Musk cut.
Which cut is that?
I'm sorry.
One.
One.
Okay, you want to come in with it.
And this is title lock, right?
This is merch and title lock, right.
I'm going to do some merch at the top.
I've got a hundred people.
So you have polling on what people are angry about. - Thank you.
Well, no.
Some people will say to me, you tone things down.
First of all, I think I'm pretty even keeled.
I'm angry.
I'm a mama bear who's pissed off, but I think I keep it pretty cool.
We asked, how angry and upset are you with what's going on in our country?
What do you guess?
This is Republican voters.
What do you guess the percentage is?
Of how angry?
- How angry?
80%? - Yeah, how angry and upset? - 80 plus. - 94%.
Wow.
And 83% are very angry.
That's what I said.
I said 84 for very angry.
I said 84.
Very angry.
Very angry.
Not that angry is 5%.
I'm like, oh, who's not that angry?
You must be under a little bit of rock.
You must be asleep.
All right.
Hey, did we change something from the third hour yesterday?
Because he's not hearing the line or something.
It's all one.
Remember?
The line is really low.
Oh, that's why.
I think I've got a hunger pain.
Let me see what I have next.
Oh, that's why.
All right.
So is it just my IFB or is it – It's fixed.
It's something from the third hour yesterday. - We made changes from the various states.
The Stigall won't be an issue, because they were recorded at normal levels.
Oh, good.
Alright.
Alright, one minute.
Alright, so no liner, Eric.
No liner?
Okay, because we're just gonna come... Okay.
So at about 10 seconds in, we'll just play the clip.
Flip. 40 seconds.
Elon Musk cut one.
John, if you stand right there, I can't see the clock.
It's alright.
30 seconds.
Alright.
All right, kill them, Mike.
All right.
All right.
And, you know, the reality is that Twitter at this point, you know, has a very far left bias.
And I would classify myself as a moderate, and neither Republican nor Democrat.
And in fact, I have voted overwhelmingly for Democrats, historically, overwhelmingly.
Like, I'm not sure I might never have voted for a Republican, just to be clear.
Now, this election, I will.
Did you hear that?
Elon Musk, who's never voted for a Republican, says, this election I will be.
Businessmen very rarely state something like that in public because their business is to sell things that are good at the right price but things are so crazy in this nation under Biden, the richest man in the world, second richest after Putin, says okay guys I'm gonna vote Republican.
I know what we have to do.
We have to get Elon one of our new Ultramaga t-shirts.
It is the hottest item.
We cannot keep up with how many we need to print for you.
It's made in America.
It's got President Trump in a kind of Ultraman.
It's a kind of superhero outfit.
It says Ultramaga USA 2024.

Somebody who I think would wear that t-shirt with pride is our guest, Carrie Lake.
Carrie, I've got to ask you, you are a very professional individual, sartorial, a very elegant lady.
There is a little storm in a teacup.
This is the latest cover of Sports Illustrated, okay?
This is somebody whose name is, uh, Yummy New is her name.
That is Sports Illustrated.
Uh, somebody called Jordan Peterson, one of the biggest influencers in the world, said, that's just not right.
That's not what, uh, beauty looks like, and now he's left Twitter for good, according to him.
How insane is the situation in the nation today?
I think you've got some polling data on how angry people are.
But first, your poster, your cover is a little bit different.
It's on the wall back there.
I love it.
It's not Rosie the Riveter.
It's Carrie the political superstar.
We can do it.
I need a copy of that.
So tell us just how angry conservatives are.
They're fed up.
I don't know if I can say the word pissed off, but the mama bears have been awoken.
The papa bears were ready to come out and vote like our lives and our baby's lives depend on it.
I've got some research in front of me.
This is a Republican voters.
How angry are you about the state?
Of what's happening right now in our country.
94, greater than 94% of Republicans say they are angry about what's happening.
84 or 83% are very angry.
And you know, I'm in that category.
What's up is down.
What's down is up.
What's left is right.
It's it's what's right is wrong.
It's insanity.
You know, to put on the cover of a swimsuit, you know, edition of that magazine and try to act like that's the epitome of health is just crazy.
To tell our boys in school that they can be girls and vice versa.
It's insane.
And we're not going to play into it anymore.
And we're not going to sit idly by and be quiet and put our hands on our lap and follow mismanners rules anymore.
We're going to get out there and do some guerrilla warfare.
We're going to come out and vote.
We're coming out swinging and we're going to save this country.
And we're starting here in Arizona because Joe Biden is a nightmare.
I'm glad to hear Elon's not voting for him.
It's tragically uncool what he's doing and it's tragic for our country.
So we're going to start saving our state because we don't want him taking Arizona down with the rest of the country.
We've got to save the whole nation.
It's not just about Arizona.
We've got a couple of minutes left.
Let me ask you, because I want everybody who's listening to get politically active.
I don't want you to just vote.
It's not enough to just vote.
You have to be engaged.
You have to run for local offices.
My wife can run for the local community center board.
You can do something.
That's how they took away America.
That's how we take it back.
So explain, if you would, very briefly, Why you did what you did.
You were superbly successful across the state.
You had a career in media.
What made you take this monumental decision, Carrie?
I was so blessed to cover this amazing state and the people for 27 years.
I covered the issues of the state and I was working for the number one newscast.
I helped them reach that number one spot.
We held it for over 20 years.
I was the face of the news station and I thought I worked for the good guys, but there are no good guys in corporate media.
And I learned that during COVID when there was a refusal to cover anything that was happening with ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine.
We were unable to see that being covered anywhere on the news.
And when I realized that, I said, I don't want to be part of a propaganda game.
Yeah, it was the censorship of the truth that made you do it.
And I've got some big, big news there.
The crazy, crazy Nina Jankiewicz, the minister for disinformation, has resigned.
And the Department of Homeland Security has announced that they are putting the new disinformation governance board on hold.
Guys, we are winning because we are fighting.
Follow this lady at Carrie Lake on Twitter and CarrieLake.com.
God bless you.

What is the most valuable thing you own?
It's your home, correct?
How safe is it?
Do you know?
It can be taken away from you without you realizing.
Yes, you need to do two things right now to prevent home title fraud.
A cyber criminal can sneakily get onto the title, take out loan after loan, and leave you with the necessity to prove that you didn't commit fraud.
Also, you could be under attack for home title fraud without even knowing it.
They can put their name on the title and you don't even know about it.

All right.
All right, mic's on.
Can you play five again for me, please?
5.
Yep, give it to him.
Make it the Republican Replacement Theory.
Mainstream it.
Because this is the way... You have to scare... We don't have the economy on our side as Democrats.
So you have to scare the bejesus out of people.
The way to scare it is to say, you know, this Replacement Theory, this is not just coming from some dark corner of the web.
This is the Republican platform.
Okay.
Make them own it.
And Democrats run from this fistfight.
I know in the previous segment, Eugene Daniels, he talked about the president not wanting to call out names.
Call out Tucker Carlson.
Call out the politicians and make this, make them own it.
This is a Republican platform.
It's the racist Republican replacement theory.
Okay.
Okay.
Do you want to come in with that?
No.
No.
I'm going to do my pillow and then come to our guest.
Okay.
Wait, I talked to him.
He's on the line.
Who's our?
Oh, yeah.
Hang on.
Mr. Kangas?
Yes.
Greetings.
How are you doing today, Dr. Gorka?
Good.
I had a colleague in the Defense Department called Kangas.
I don't know.
Is it an unusual name?
Well, it's not as common as others.
Up in Upper Michigan, there's a lot of Finnish communities up there.
But around the country, there's not too many of us.
So it's Finnish?
It's Finnish, yeah.
All right, well, thank you for joining us today.
It's going to be live in 60 seconds, and we'll have a luxurious seven minutes.
All right, sounds great.
I'm looking forward to it.
Standby.
Are we coming in with anything?
No. 45.
What do you mean?
Oh, alright.
30.
Alright, kill mics.
Yep.
Thank you.
Please go.
Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard.
Good.
Thank you.
Yes, indeed.
So nice of him to ask.
Thank you, Mr. President, for asking how the show is going.

The big-box stores don't want to have his products on their shelves.
Why?
Because he's a conservative.
It's just wrong.
Let's have his back.
I ordered a new pair of his sheepskin lined MyPillow slippers just today because they're that good and I'd worn out my other pair.
Just go to his site.
Over 150 amazing products.
Get a better night's sleep.
Use my name and Mike will give you up to 66% off right now.
There's 50% off the slippers guys.
I forgot.
They texted me this morning.

Alright, our next guest is somebody who's going to help us in these very trying times You've seen the stock market has been a thousand point drop just today.
How do we find a little bit of security?
How do we manage risk?
How do we diversify?
I'm not an expert but we reach out to those who are and we are delighted to have with us Dave Kangas, the Vice President of Cornerstone Real Estate.
Mr. Kangas, welcome to America First!
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
It's a real pleasure to be with you today.
So, we've discussed with your colleagues in the past this amazing structure, this DST, this Delaware structure that allows you to basically have a tax-sheltered way to invest, one of the last out there that is based on a 1031 real estate exchange.
Explain in our discussion today how this DST real estate investment helps you to to kind of hedge risk in your investments.
Yeah I'll be happy to do so and as you and I both know the greatest hedge against risk is Is diversification.
So one thing that the... Hang on, we lost you there for a second.
I don't know if you're on a cell phone.
So the word there, when it went all crackly, the biggest hedge is diversification.
Carry on please.
Yes, it's diversification.
And the DST structure provides investors with significant diversification potential.
So specifically, because they have low investment minimums, You can put in $25,000 as a direct cash investment or $100,000 as a minimum if you're doing a 1031 exchange.
So for real estate investors who sell a property, let's say it's just worth even as little as several hundred thousand, They could take one property that they own and turn that into an investment spread across 3, 4 or even as many as 10 different properties.
And the point here, so this is what was alien to me and which I find so incredibly attractive, is that you're not hit by the tax man when you use this 1031 mechanism.
Can you explain how, when you go from one investment to another, why it's protected?
Yeah, exactly.
So the IRS came up with this 1031 program over 100 years ago.
And so it's not tax elimination, it's tax deferral.
So when any investor follows the program the way it is designed, what the IRS allows them to do is to defer the capital gains that might be due from the sale of a property, and to defer that down the road as long as they reinvest all of their equity proceeds, They kind of match their investment position from their original property into their replacement option.
And by following the specific rules, the way the program is written, the IRS says, okay, you have not realized your gain.
We don't need to tax you today.
We can defer that gain and that tax payment down the road.
So in layman's terms, because you're exchanging a real estate investment for another real estate investment, the IRS doesn't hit you for capital gains.
That is exactly right.
It is called a like-kind exchange.
And when you conduct a like-kind exchange, the IRS allows you to defer all those capital gains taxes.
And keep that full amount of principle working for you.
It just sounds like a genius system, totally legal, around for more than a century.
You have brokered your company at Cornerstone.
Your colleagues, Mr. Harvey and others, have brokered more than a billion dollars of syndicated real estate.
Can you give an example to our millions of listeners what kinds of really attractive properties we're talking about?
Yeah, in the DST structure, there's quite a variety.
So we are talking large multi-family properties, you know, like 500 unit apartment complexes.
We are talking corporate headquarters, Amazon distribution centers, medical office buildings, student housing, corporate headquarters facilities.
It's There is quite a wide variety of properties that investors can pick from.
And do they invest in one DST or multiples?
What are the options?
Well, they have the option of doing both, but we generally encourage diversification.
You know, why not invest in two?
Why not invest in three?
When you invest in more than one, we are building firewalls around your money to help make sure that we can preserve that principle long term.
And is that the DST portfolio generator?
Can you explain that concept to me?
Well, the portfolio generator is a tool we have to build a custom portfolio of properties to meet every specific investor's needs.
Everyone's investment needs are a little different and we have a tool that will build that custom portfolio that will meet their long-term and immediate exchange needs.
Okay guys, I was super excited when I first heard about this.
I'm even more excited right now.
How do you find out more?

Every level's high.
I don't know how it can be low.
Well, it's not so much what's coming in, it's what's going out.
These are the ones that are going directly out.
Okay.
So, these are the ones that are going to be really good.
But why do we have it pumped up so much?
Like, has it always been that high?
90 seconds.
Yeah.
People are truly angry at Joe Biden.
Oh, that's a monologue?
No, that's Carrie Lake.
Okay.
A monologue.
It's Biden's replacement theory.
Uh-huh.
Oh, no.
Replacement theory and Joe Biden.
Okay.
Yes, tracking shot.
Because we're not coming in with any cuts.
And Kangas?
Uh, hang on a second.
Can you come in with cut 2?
Come in with cut 2, so no liner, Geoff?
Yep, you got it.
Okay, so...
Okay, so... so...
Outrage and anxiety ballooning for parents nationwide amid signs that babies are suffering as this formula shortage drags on.
This is a crisis for us in health care.
At this Memphis, Tennessee hospital, two children were hospitalized for intestinal illnesses after their parents could not find the formula they needed.
This is not every child's, not normal children, but literally the formulary call has led to these children requiring hospitalization.
Infants requiring hospitalization.
And that is NBC News.
That isn't Newsmax.
It's not Fox.
It's NBC News.
At what point are they actually going to do something about it?
We were told yesterday by the administration that, well, we don't make That was Health and Human Services Secretary Bakariya, as Biden calls him, who said, well, what are we going to do about it?
Which is strange.
What did America do when somebody else was president and a deadly virus that nobody knew anything about until it showed up on our shores started infecting people across the world?
What did the businessman in the White House do?
He had very frank discussions behind closed doors with the testing companies like Abbott and the vaccine companies and he said, get it done!
He used the U.S.
military.
He used the logistics capabilities of our armed forces to get the testing equipment, the PPE, and to develop three new vaccines in less than a year.
Never done before in history.
The U.S.
government doesn't make vaccines.
Could have been his excuse.
But it wasn't.
This is the danger of this administration.
Not only are they hostages to their own ideology.
Not only are they corrupt.
How can we not talk about Hunter Biden anymore?
Joe Biden.
The big guy.
The 10%.
Not only are they ideological and corrupt, they are incompetent.
But one thing they know about, because they've been doing it for 70, 80 years in places like Chicago, Philly and Atlanta, is steel elections.
If you haven't seen 2,000 Mules, you've got to see it today.

Yes, we can hear you loud and clear.
How are you doing?
You catch any of Seb's interview with Eric early the other day?
No.
Oh, actually, yes, I listened to the whole thing.
Yeah, what'd you think?
He did great!
I had heard of him a lot, but I never really, like, heard him speak before.
What did you think?
Do you want us to call you on Skype, by the way?
Um, I think we're... Okay, yeah, we'll have you.
Can you dial us up?
Salem Media Studio, Arlington, right?
No, no, no, that's different.
That's wrong.
That's different.
Okay.
Do we have a number where you can text her the Skype address?
Because we don't want to say it out loud.
Oh yeah, I forgot.
Anyway, so what did you think of Eric?
You thought it was good?
It was good, yeah.
He was blunt up front about the fact that Republican voters in California do love Trump, regardless of what the party leadership says.
They do.
They don't want you to know it, but they do.
Okay, you guys, you sent me an email address for the Skype ID.
Yes, that is an email.
That is correct.
So that should be it.
Oh, don't.
We can't read it off because they're carrying the brakes.
Thank you.

Gotta hydrate.
I know.
We have to hydrate is right.
I don't have my water today.
You can't make fun of my big pink cup.
Christy Gall pulled out a gallon jar of water he was drinking from.
Who did that?
Christy Gall.
The man who's lost 90 pounds.
Wow, good for him.
Ready to roll?
We have 50 seconds.
Okay.
Alright, we're ready to roll.
We have 50 seconds.
Okay.
Yeah, tracking shot.
I don't know if that's better or not.
Okay, get ready with close.
Okay.
you you you you you you you you How are you?
I'm wonderful.
Well, you are wonderful, and we appreciate you.
Welcome back, dear friends.
What day is it today?
I think it's a Wednesday.
I do declare.
And it is a heavy, heavy news Wednesday.
Not just the bad news.
We have a, oh my gosh, 1100 point fall on the Dow.
I wonder why that is.
Maybe something to do with elections and who's in the White House.
But there's also some good news.
I wish our next guest to comment on it.
We're going to do some very high tech Live radio right now.
Now we're going to play a little jingle jangle.
The joyous news we spread, the wicked witch at last is dead.
The wizard of Oz and the chants of the munchkins, the wicked witch is dead.
Who is he talking about?
Nina Jankowicz has resigned as the Minister for Disinformation.
Are you happy, Jennifer Horne?
I am thrilled, and that's not disinformation, Seb.
That's just real life.
Can you...
Can you believe these guys?
They test out an idea, they realize how terrible it is, and then two weeks later, it's gone.
I can only say in my best Mary Poppins, I hope she took it with a spoonful of sugar.
Ooh, nicely done!
Yes, for the amateur thesp who was.
You know, I tweeted it out as soon as I saw it.
She's got that...
And maybe I'm a sexist, but she's got that cray-cray ex-girlfriend.
I mean, the eyes are like... It's like Helter Skelter.
That woman is... I'm sorry, I'm six foot three and now only 240 pounds, but I'd be scared of that lady.
She's like, there's something wrong with that one.
She's coming for your bunny rabbits.
Oh yes!
She's coming for your bunny rabbits.
So look, I don't want to say I predicted it because I didn't say this publicly.
I said it offline to a friend and even when I said it I was like, really?
After everything we've seen in the last 16 months.
But I said to this friend, and this was completely, you know, without rehearsing, it was just a reaction.
There's no way this woman survives in that position.
I don't care what they've done to America.
This woman is such A Looney Tunes out there embarrassment that this thing is going to fail.
The announcement that she's resigned and the DHS Disinformation Governance Board has been put on a hiatus.
That should give everybody hope that we can win individual battles, can't we Jen?
We absolutely can win individual battles, and what I do not understand, Seb, is how the Democrats, time and time again, make terrible decisions like this one, and they just seem to double down, and it's constant.
You know, if they push misinformation on you, if they tag all of your posts on social media, People push back.
They clearly don't like it.
So what does the administration do?
They come up with a whole board led by this woman who is the lead spreader of disinformation, and they double down.
It shows you how out of touch this party is with the mainstream part of America.
I'm not talking about uber-conservatives, the ultra-MAGA, the mega-MAGA.
I'm talking about those people.
They are out of touch with everybody, even people within their own party.
Yeah, but let's be very clear here.
This one tactical victory, Nina Djankovic, goodbye!
The DHS governance board is being put on ice, it's not going away, but neither of those things means that they're going to give up, does it, Jen?
No, it doesn't.
And you can already know that there's going to be something else around the corner.
Already, the misinformation that's being spread, just for instance by the president himself in Buffalo yesterday, playing on the tragedy that rocked that town in Buffalo.
And what does he do?
He perpetuates the narrative that this was racist, that the guy did it because of Tucker Carlson, all of these things.
Look, yes, it was racially motivated, but this was a crazy person who in his very own manifesto said, am I conservative?
Maybe, but he compared himself to being a green nationalist.
You don't see people going out today and blaming AOC or Bernie Sanders for this.
I mean, it's just, it's crazy how, and it hit me today, this morning when I was doing my morning show, The biggest lie that Joe Biden told us, and he's done a terrible job as president.
In fact, I think he actually, because I don't remember much of the Carter administration.
I was a baby, but he is definitely the worst president of my lifetime.
The biggest lie that he told people is that he was going to be in the adult in the room and that he was going to unite the country.
He has done nothing but send us to our respective corners.
People are pushing back because he's so ridiculous.
And I think we're more divided today than even under President Obama.
Yeah and let's just stop here for a second because this whole Buffalo shooting I opened this show with it with a monologue on it because I actually watched the the video of what that man did that he streamed and then the way that they're trying to blame us when the Rolling Stone the day after says this killer
is indicative of the average republican that's what they actually wrote in that piece and then they try and blame the right when in his manifesto that we track down they try to delete it after deletion after deletion says he i mean the guy's a nutcase and it's clear when he uses this language when he says i am a mild authoritarian of the left well Sorry, I mean, you can't be a mild Nazi or a mild communist.
I mean, you know, the fact that he's from the left, though, is crucial.
And then you have, you know, Chuck Schumer and everybody else blaming conservatives and blaming Tucker Carlson based upon this replacement theory accusation that conservatives are saying that whites will be replaced by blacks or Hispanics.
We have to play this.
I'm sure you've played it on your show again, but this is this is the smoking gun of evidence that this has nothing to do with the right.
They want to replace white people because they think America is bad.
They profess that strategy, and they're proud of it.
This is the then vice president in 2015, guys, talking about how replacing white Americans is a good thing.
Cut for.
An unrelenting stream of immigration.
nonstop, Non-stop.
Folks like me, who were Caucasian of European descent, for the first time in 2017, will be an absolute minority in the United States of America.
Absolute minority.
Fewer than 50% of the people in America, from then and on, will be white European stock.
That's not a bad thing.
That's a source of our strength.
It's not a bad thing to have whites in the minority because we're the problem.
That's critical race theory.
So this isn't replacement theory.
It's the replacement strategy of the left from the White House, from the then-Vice President.
And then Jen, the most significant thing of all that people aren't discussing, who's sitting on his left?
It's from inside DHS under Obama.
It is none other than Alejandro Mayorkas, who's beaming at this replacement strategy, Jen.
And don't you think it's more, I don't know, I think that the left constantly conflates race and socioeconomic levels.
I mean, clearly what the left is trying to do in this country, and I don't even, maybe I'm just naive or a Pollyanna, but I don't even think about this in terms of Yes.
of skin color, bringing certain people in.
They want to import poverty into this country because with poverty comes the opportunity for more government and the more opportunity to get people addicted to government.
That's what they want.
They want to expand the inner cities.
And so I don't even know if it has anything to do with skin color.
But the fact that we can have this conversation and we can have it rationally does not make you a racist individual.
It doesn't make you a hateful person.
It means that you can have a conversation in this country and not worry about inspiring someone to go out and take a gun and start blowing people away in a grocery store.
You know, the truth is, until we deal with mental illness in this country, until we start charging people, I don't even want to call him a kid because he's a murderer.
But this guy goes and tries to threaten to blow up his high school and blow people away, fellow students of his, when he was in high school.
He should be charged.
We should start having a system of laws that people have to follow.
More law and order could have prevented this shooting.
Joe Biden's divisive words, his lies, are not going to prevent one more death.
What will is dealing with mental illness and creating a society of law and order and then allowing people to have free speech.
Yeah, I dare say that this kind of exploitation of tragedy of the dead as their bodies are still in, you know, a metal drawer in the mall, that doesn't help.
I think it actually makes it worse because if somebody is teetering on the edge.
If somebody already has mental issues and they hear this, they hear this assault on half of America and, you know, we saw it just, you know, the few days before with the Ultramaga, the new, the Deplorables 2.0, that is the language that creates more division in America.

Thank you.
I try both.
No, and it's unusual that people can do both.
Yeah.
Thank you.
That's very nice.
Katie is loving being on your show.
She's so good.
She raves every time, says, Jen's just so good.
Well, it's mutual admiration society, because I think she's good.
The fact that she gets nervous about this stuff, it blows my mind, because she just But not only does she get nervous, she used to just avoid it.
She said, no, I'm not doing media.
No, not doing media.
And she's so good.
You know what's funny is that I think she matches my energy on that show, which it is hard for me to find guests that match the energy that I have.
And when we go back and forth, I just feel like she's right there with me.
All right, I'm going to have to listen to some of the ladies performing.
Got to have to check that out.
I know, the girls are taking over.
I'll send you some links.
Please.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
All right.
So, oh my gosh, so much of this.
Well, people are ticked here because the shooting this weekend got totally ignored.
Let's talk about that.
Because he goes to Buffalo and doesn't say anything about the church.
How was Eric Early?
Did you like him?
I did, I did, I did.
I always, little detail, I find it weird so I've got a photograph of my family here.
I never put the photograph of my family facing the camera and when people do that I think
a for security reasons and b why do you need to show me you've got a family and kids it's a little bit oh well that's that's one of his big selling points is he always talks about his wife and the kids and the dogs and the cat right but but but he's in a very nice office yeah he's got the photograph turned to the camera which means when he's seated at the desk he's looking at the back of the frame it's like Hello!
I thought I nickpicked politicians.
Yeah!
I was an intelligence.
These things matter, right?
I legit didn't notice that at all.
Am I wrong, Jeff?
Am I wrong?
I'm very critical of politicians.
I don't even think that would come on my radar.
Really?
Here's the thing, though.
Here's why.
Because he probably has his family in ads.
That's why I don't think it's that big of a deal.
It's not a secret, for sure.
But what it means is, right, what it means is he had the photograph and he turned it around.
Right.
Oh, I didn't hear that part.
No, no.
No, it's facing the wrong way.
Oh, no, no, no, no.
Now I'm with you.
I didn't hear that part about that.
No, because he was sitting in his office, okay, and the camera's over here, and the picture was here turned to face the camera, which means when he's sitting there, he's looking at the back of the picture frame, which means he turned it around.
I know that makes a little better sense.
Yeah, that's funny.
Do you know what's really weird, and it's a sign of the times, is that now you actually have to say, I have a family and children and dogs and a cat.
Because, you know, that used to be just a given.
Like, you weren't even considered a candidate unless you had all that stuff.
Yes, and my wife is actually a woman.
You know, a woman.
Right, I know.
And I was not a pregnant man.
My wife gave birth to the kids, so that was good.
So funny.
Ugh.
Are we coming in with anything?
No.
All right.
I'm just gonna do 2,000.
I need the ad heat.
We didn't play the B-roll last time.
I have the B-roll ready.
Okay.
All right, kill them, Mike.

We talked about Buffalo.
And again, like Waukesha, like the Brooklyn Metro shooter, another story that just disappeared that happened at the same time was this Taiwanese church in California.
Chinese shooter killed one of the parishioners before he's manhandled and tackled to the floor.
How did this story utterly disappear, Jennifer?
Just like Wakasha, just like the guy who was attacking the subways with the racist videos about how white people are terrible and black people who associate with those white people are terrible.
If they don't have the right narrative, well, then they're useless and they're pushed out of the headlines.
And I have to tell you, it's not just me being in Southern California, but there are a lot of people Who feel pretty disappointed and angry that President Biden has not spent any time or energy not just making a trip, forget that, but even mentioning this church shooting.
Here is what happened if you missed it.
This Chinese man was a Chinese national, but he was also a citizen here in America.
He was a security guard and he was in Las Vegas.
Apparently in the late 40s his family had been moved from mainland China to Taiwan.
He carried this grudge.
He's very much a part of the peaceful unification of China, which means, give us back Taiwan.
Right, take it back.
Take it back.
Peaceful unification, in air quotes there.
So he gets in his car, drives from Las Vegas all the way to Orange County.
Why he chose this church, no one's talking about.
It's not super big.
It's not very well known.
It's called Geneva Presbyterian Church and the Taiwanese congregation shares ownership of this church.
They were having a luncheon because a pastor had gone to Taiwan and he was coming back.
They welcomed him back.
The guy shows up 10 o'clock in the morning, sits through church services, sits and eats with these people, talks to them, is asked where he's from.
He says, Oh, I've been here a time or two.
They were trying to get information out of him.
He said, Oh, I've been here before.
And then all of a sudden after lunch is over, he gets his bag.
He takes chains out of his bag, chains up the door.
Has super glue that he's squirting into the lock so that no one can get in there.
Finally, one of the parishioners says, what are you doing?
He starts shooting in the air.
And this brave man, this doctor of sports medicine, and he's worked on famous NFL players.
He's very well known.
I have lots of connections to him in my Facebook feed that have been coming up.
Dr. John Sheng is his name, 52 years old.
He attacks this guy, just fully runs at him with no gun, not a fair fight.
He gets shot, he's killed.
But by knocking him down, that allowed the rest of the parishioners, who are mostly senior citizens, to get him hogtied with an extension cord.
These are heroes.
At which point Eric Swalwell tweets out, I bet you're sorry your boy, at House GOP, I bet you're sorry your boy got hogtied.
How do we get that a Democrat congressman says that a potential mass murderer is one of your people?
It's just, it's disgusting.
And it's disgusting that we are picking and choosing which ones, which attacks like these we want to pay attention to.
It's disgusting that we're using victims, families, for our own political gain.
I don't, I just don't know where we are.
It really does, and you know me, I'm an optimist, but it makes me feel really sick to my stomach when we can't even come together as Americans and say, this is good and this is evil.
We're not even doing that anymore.
Yeah.
It's all political.
Will you mention that good doctor's name again?
Dr. John Chang was his name.
God bless his soul.
You're a hero, Dr. Chang.
Absolutely.
All right.
And think about it.
And also that security guard.
And that's what they're doing by overshadowing all this with the politics.
The former police officer in Buffalo who took a bullet to save people in that grocery store.
This is what we should be talking about as a country.
All right, let's talk about something more positive.
Talk about what is your take-home from the primaries yesterday, the upsets or otherwise.
The president's record, I think the latest count is 74 for 5.
Not too shabby!
No, he's definitely...
Sorry, I have to interrupt there because we have an update from the Washington Post according to the latest, latest fake news.
Trump's shaky kingmaker status is the description they used for yesterday.
I saw that today on CNN, because I watch, so you don't have to, as Larry Elder would say.
I had CNN on and the headline said, some of Trump's picks prevail, others don't.
I mean, the guy has got an incredible record.
This is a message to the Republican Party about where the people's hearts and minds are.
The establishment Republicans Are out of the picture, even in Pennsylvania.
I know there was disagreement between Kathy Barnett and Dr. Oz, but you know what?
Unfortunately, those two guys, they were stripping votes from each other.
But those are still not establishment candidates.
So the message and the takeaway from Pennsylvania is that we're tired of the same old stuff.
We're tired of politicians who promise things and don't deliver.
And President Trump is a very, I mean, he is the leader of this party, despite what Mitch McConnell and some of the establishment Republicans want to say.
Every sign is pointing into the direction that is going to make this country better this year in the midterms and in 2024.
What you just said is the most sagacious analysis I have heard so far on Pennsylvania.
And as soon as you're off this interview in 77 seconds, I need you to tweet it out because I want to retweet it because you nailed it.
The point about Pennsylvania is not the smears and the vituperation and Sean Hannity going insane.
It's the fact that neither Oz nor Kathy are establishment and that's the revolution.
That's why she's Jen Horne, guys.
Flipping genius.
Follow her right now.
Co-host of The Morning Answer.
You've got to check her out at Jennifer Horne on Twitter.

Also, crntalk.com.
Lovely.
Well done, my dear.
Superb.
Thank you, sir.
Go up and write that tweet so I can retweet it.
I'm going to tweet away.
We could tag Musk, who by the way, we've got to play that again.
Elon Musk has said he's never voted Republican, but he is next time.
And I know who he's going to vote for.
He's going to vote for my old boss, President Trump.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First County Live from the reliefactor.com studios.
wherever you are, whatever you're doing, don't you dare touch that dial.
That was really good.
That was, that was, that was... That's the key.
That's the key thing.
I can't, I can't hear her.
Uh, we can't hear her audio.
Oh, can you hear me now?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I said, I added up the votes earlier, and if you add all of the votes together, I think Republicans had about 16 million votes, as opposed to Democrats, 12 million votes.
Really?
And if you add up, I mean, almost single-handedly, Oz and Kathy Barnett had more votes than, what's his name, Fetterman.
Wow.
So, I mean, that's the lesson here, is the establishment is what's failing.
That's fascinating.
All right.
I'm going to tweet it out.
Retweet me.
Here it comes.
I will.
All right.
You guys have a good rest of the day.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You too, Jen.
Thanks, my dear.
OK.
Bye.
Bye-bye.
Hymnful.
And we're soon enough going to have another Skype split screen, because she's also Skype.
Title for that with Jen The real lesson about the real lesson from Pennsylvania.
Oh Okay, and she's up.
And Trish, as always, the mics are live on our video stream.
Alright.
Can you hear us, Trish?
Hang on.
Oh yeah, I think it's-- - Microphone on.
- Yeah, we hear you now.
- It's a very clear picture.
I like the camera that you guys... You probably have a good Wi-Fi connection too, right?
I don't know.
It's a brand new studio, so everything's new here.
Do you guys use LiveU, or do you use... Do you know what the technology is that hooks you up?
What do we use, guys?
John?
It's just Skype right now, yeah.
Yeah, this is just regular Skype.
Like internet?
Yep.
Because your picture looks super clear.
You know what?
I'm on Wi-Fi.
I'm going to change to hardline.
Hang on one second.
Okay.
Yes.
Okay.
Seb, you see the market today?
I'm going to ask you about the market.
Yes, tracking shot.
We're going to talk about that.
We're going to talk about David Solomon as well.
70 seconds.
All right, coming in with Israel.
All right.
So.
so uh...
jokes forty five Morgan Stanley, by the way, actually literally dinged the administration's $1.9 trillion in stimulus.
Good.
Which is unusual, right?
Bring that up.
Yeah, it's one thing to go after the Fed.
It's unusual to see a bank like that.
Say it was because of the stimulus, which it was.
All right, kill them like standby.
Does the Fed know what they're doing?
Does Biden even have a plan?
What do you need to know about our economic future?
Let's talk to our market maven, Trish Regan, of The Trish Regan Show.
Money, money, money, must be funny in the rich man's world.
There are guests you always want on, and there are guests who are even more relevant when this happens.
This is James Wood's Twitter account, two and a half million followers.
He's just posted this image of every market index out there.
The Dow Jones, the Nasdaq, the S&P 500, you name it.
Amazon's, Netflix shares, All is a sea of red.
We've had 1164 points drop on the Dow alone.
What is going on?
We know who to ask.
Trish Regan from the Salem faculty.
Tell us what is happening in Biden's America.
Yeah, Biden's America is economically challenged, shall we say, which we knew it would be because you can only print money for so long.
And what we saw today was a whole bunch of Consumer retailers come out with earnings that were pretty abysmal, right?
Which we knew would happen, because at some point, Seb, you know, the consumer recognizes that they only have so much money, and when you are paying that much more for gas prices, and that much more for food prices, And inflation is as high as it is.
Well, they scale back on other things.
And so, consequently, we saw pretty disastrous results out of Walmart, out of Target.
Target telling us that they don't think they can pass the increased costs on to customers, that they're already paying for their goods, so they expect future earnings to take a hit.
And, wow, you saw the aftermath.
I mean, this—we knew it was coming, though.
Right?
I mean, here on your show, as well as almost every day on my podcast, I've been pounding the table saying, listen, you cannot print your way to prosperity.
This is a disaster on so many levels.
All right.
You've got some breaking news you're going to share with us, but let's listen to Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon, who likewise is just telling it how it is.
Cut three.
I would say when I'm advising clients is we're going to tighten economic conditions.
It's going to have an impact on a number of things in your business that are hard to predict.
You have to be thinking about your risk appetite.
You have to be thinking about your planning.
You have to think about the fact that we probably at some point that there's a reasonable chance at some point that we have a recession or we have, you know, very, very slow sluggish growth.
And so start preparing for that.
Start thinking about that.
Start preparing for a recession.
And if we go back just 15 months, two years, how different things were, Trish?
Oh, sure.
I mean, look, we, we went through COVID.
And I would say both the Federal Reserve and the federal government, thanks to leadership from Donald Trump at the time, did the right thing.
Okay, we came forward with stimulus checks.
We We printed money, right, at the Fed.
We did what was needed, what had to be done.
I got a little hesitant with his second stimulus check.
Full disclosure, I didn't think that we needed that from Trump.
I certainly didn't think we needed the third stimulus check.
Oh, well, simultaneously, the Fed's going away at the printing press, right?
So they're flooding the money into the system.
Well, what do you think that would do?
Especially when all this pent-up demand was there, people were staying home, they hadn't spent any money, they had lots of savings.
They didn't need to go to work, right?
I mean, you got inflation, as we all logically knew this would happen.
But what was interesting, you mentioned I had some breaking news.
This is actually a report that came out this week from Morgan Stanley, and the analyst over there, which is Michael Wilson, actually leads a team of economic analysts.
He actually came out, and I'm going to quote from him, because it's one thing for me to say it.
I think it's interesting when you have a bank, an investment bank, coming out and criticizing the administration For its inflationary policies.
He wrote that it was excessive fiscal stimulus provided during the pandemic, particularly the last $1.9 trillion package at the end of March 2021, just as the economy was already emerging from the lockdowns that created this highest inflation since we've seen since what?
40 years.
40 years.
It's obvious.
I just can't believe Joe Biden did this to himself.
And the Democrats did this to themselves and, frankly, to Americans.
So we had Stephen Moore on the show for a whole hour earlier this week, and I said, where does this end?
And he said, well, it's got to reach rock bottom.
What does that look like, Trish?
Aren't we close to that?
We could be.
I mean, this is sort of the good news, right?
There's a silver lining here in that we were down 1.4% last quarter.
We could conceivably be down again.
Look, Seb, I've been through it all.
Like, I was on the front lines of the tech meltdown in 2000.
I was living, breathing it during the horrible days of Lehman Brothers in 2008.
Saw it coming.
Again, you know, hate to be the one that Brings the bad news, but was predicting that one from about 2005 on.
Look, I've seen it all.
We're not going to be in any kind of systemic debt crisis, a la what we saw in Lehman.
So I'm not worried about, you know, total meltdown.
But I think people should be prepared.
You're going to see softness in stocks.
You're going to see softness in the economy.
We're out of time.
Be prepared.
She always sees it coming.
Follow her, TrishIntel.com and Trish underscore Reagan.
We need to get you back for an hour.
God bless you for keeping us updated.

Come on down, come into the studio.
We're delighted to have with us a good friend of the show.
He is the director, the national director for Priests for Life, Father Frank Pavone, who's brought a special guest with him today, Janet Marana.
Welcome both of you in studio.
Thank you.
Seb, thank you very much.
Yeah, you know, I brought Behind the scenes, from the very beginning of our ministry, she has been leading the way.
Preach for Life wouldn't be as successful as it is.
I thought you were the center!
Well, you know, I'm out there in front all the time.
We discussed this brand new book that you brought with you, Everything You Need to Know About Abortion for Teens.
That must be an incredible challenge to talk about that for that demographic.
But first, I have to get your latest update, your take father, on where we are, the reaction to the leak.
I know everybody's praying right now for the decision imminently or maybe in June.
Right.
I've read it.
I actually read the document, the leaked document, on video, on audio.
If you want to know what's really in it, you need to go to my Twitter feed, my Rumble, because it's an amazing document.
And it's clear.
It's bad law.
It has to go back to the States.
Right.
There is no history of being pro-abortion in Western civilization.
Do you have a sense that the justices are going to hold the line farther?
I'm convinced that they will.
When it's a matter so fundamental to the Constitution as this is, I don't see them reversing course.
Justice Alito in that document doesn't only reverse Roe v. Wade, he obliterates it.
And Casey!
And Casey too!
And shows how weak the reasoning is, how untethered from the Constitution and from the history of America, how damaging it's been.
It is a masterful job.
I want to urge everyone to read that document because I'm convinced that's substantially going to be The argument that comes out in the official decision.
God willing, it's up to us guys.
Now Janet, as we were coming into the studio, you said, you mentioned something that you both know a certain lady who for 49 years has been known as Janet Rowe, Jane Rowe.
Tell us who she really was because there's a lot of misinformation about her attitude to abortion after the decision.
So who is Jane Rowe?
Norma McCorvey, who I can say is a personal friend of mine.
I stayed at her home in Dallas.
She stayed at my home in New York.
Father Frank actually brought her into the Catholic Church.
Fact, Norma McCorvey never had an abortion.
What?
No, never.
In fact, she was taken advantage of basically.
She was basically homeless.
She already had two babies out of wedlock that her family, one was for adoption, her mother was raising one.
And over a pizza lunch, she signed for Sarah Weddington on the dotted line.
She goes, oh yeah, we'll help you take care of your pregnancy.
She signs on the dotted line.
Do you think she spent one day in court?
Not one day.
Never heard from Sarah, really.
And then, the day Roe v. Wade decided, do you think your lawyer would pick up the phone and say, we won, Norma?
You know how she found out?
When she opened her door that morning and picked up the Dallas Morning Paper.
So I don't understand.
If she hadn't had an abortion, if she wasn't involved in the hearings, what was her utility to the industry of death?
Why did they need her?
Well, they were looking, actually, you know, to find someone like her, not well-educated and kind of desperate situation, who just would be used like a puppet.
And in fact, the companion case that day, the Doe of Doe v. Bolton, Father Frank and I know her, too.
Both ladies are Sandra Cano.
Same thing.
Her case was coming up through Georgia, while Norma's was coming up through Texas.
And Sandra signed on the dotted line thinking she was getting her two children back out of foster care.
It was her mother who wanted her to abort this child.
And when Sandra found out, she left Georgia to Oklahoma to give birth to that child.
She went to some other relative's home.
The truth of these things that have been misrepresented for decades.
Father, as the person who brought her into the church, I have to ask you, because the conventional wisdom, the mainstream is that afterwards she became very pro-life, a speaker, but on her deathbed she said it was all a lie, I didn't mean any of it.
What is the truth about this lady who clearly has been exploited?
Yes.
Well, she continued to be exploited, unfortunately.
But we accompanied her not only in the public events, but behind the scenes.
And as a priest, I can tell you, not only as a priest, as a friend to her, she suffered immensely.
And you can't fake that.
She went through the deep, deep stages of conversion, repentance, psychological guidance of the wounds that she had incurred and that she had caused.
And she suffered immensely.
You can't fake that.
When the cameras are away, she was not lying.
She was sincere.
You know, in fact, Father Frank and I spoke to Norma less than an hour before she died.
And she asked us and made us promise that we would continue the fight to overturn Roe v. Wade.
And that night, when that document was released, I looked up and I said, Norma, we're almost there.
We're almost there.
We're going to keep our promise.
Alright, so tell us about this brand new book, Everything You Need to Know About Abortion for Teens.
Do they want to know?
Well, see, they need to know.
That's the point.
Because why?
Planned Parenthood is preying on them in the schools, in high schools.
They're on college campuses.
So like it or not, they need to know about abortion.
So what I do in the book, Seb, is I start back and I tell them about Norma O'Corvey, Sandra Cano.
I even tell them about Dr. Bernard Nathanson, who Father Frank and I knew.
So I show them how it was all built on lies.
Then I introduce them.
And this is what's great, Seb.
In the middle of the book, they let me put in pictures of the unborn child.
Like a baby book.
Starting at seven weeks.
So you can't buy the lie.
It's a clump of cells.
Right.
When you see that, it's a human.
And I challenge the young people, you know what?
Why don't you ask your parents for your baby pictures starting from when you were in the womb?
Because as you know, if you want the baby, everyone's showing the pictures.
If not, it's a glob of cells.
So I show them the truth, and then I tell them what happens in an abortion exactly.
comparing that it's not good medicine.
And then I show them the voices of the women who bought the lie from Silent No More and the damage.
One of the most powerful lines in the Alito document is how an abortion is demeaning to the doctor as well.
Yes.
Wasn't that powerful?
That's right.
And that's one of the interests of the state, is to protect the integrity of the medical profession.
Mississippi said, hey, we want to be able to do this.
It means the doctor... We've worked, part of our ministry is actually working with ex-abortionists.
And they are just devastated by what they do.
A lot of people don't see that devastation.
The idea that you're supposed to be following the Hippocratic Oath, do no harm.
And then you're taking the life of an unborn child.
We're going to continue the discussion here on America First with our very special guest Janet Marana and the National Director for Priests for Life, Father Frank Pavone.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First coming to you from the relieffactor.com studios.
Relief Factor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating.
Tens of thousands of Americans across the country, me included, but not just me.
People like Debrin from Massachusetts.
This is Debrin's story.
I just started taking Relief Factor four days ago.
My hip pain is gone!
I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you relief factor.
Just those words, my hip pain is gone, should be reason enough for you to order the three-week quick starter pack.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do and I promise MSU, Dr. G's guarantee.
By the end of the third week, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Debron, and thousands of your fellow Americans.
Call today, 800-583-84, or go to relieffactor.com.
That's 800-583-84, relieffactor.com.
Eric.
Yes.
I want to need the planned parenthood tissue.
Oh.
Oh, the My Body, My Choice?
Yes.
So when did this come out?
Last month.
Published by TAN Books.
People can get copies if they just go to abortionandteens.com.
That webpage, they can place an order.
Abortionandteens.com.
Wow.
Seb, did you see my text message?
I did, I did, I did.
Sorry.
Yeah, those are the newest pictures of the unborn child, by the way, those first few.
They're done with the NASA technique when, you know, they take images, near-Earth images, they have to stitch together.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's how that was made.
Same way?
Yeah, yeah.
And what I do is the baby is talking to them, like, my heart is beating at this stage.
Oh my gosh, that's four months.
Isn't that awesome?
That's amazing.
So that's what I want them to do, is to identify with that unborn brother and sister.
So that if they hear of someone, you know, there are stories on college campuses where kids have chipped in to help a roommate get an abortion.
So I want to equip them so that when they go back to school, they've got the evidence right here, you know?
So.
40 seconds.
I also show them how to debate the issue, and I give them a lot of facts.
Hopefully it changes their hearts and minds.
Thank you.
All right, so I'm going to ask you, we've only got three minutes in the last segment, what the Listers can do.
Okay.
They better go to the polls in November and vote.
That's what they need to do.
The only man standing between the radical left and your cheeseburgers.
It's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
The chant is, my body, my choice, remember?
But not if it's vaccines and masks.
That's why we created the t-shirt at our store.
We played on that Planned Parenthood image and we said, my body, my choice, Be free, no mandates.
Send a message to those around you that you believe in bodily autonomy, especially for the unborn.
We're continuing our discussion with the Executive Director for Priests for Life.
It's Janet Morano and the National Director, Fr.
Frank Pravone.
I'm going to ask a very simple question.
You've got your brand new book, Everything You Need to Know About Abortion.
We've got three million listeners plus everybody else on the podcast and who watches the video.
What can those people do?
Do they just sit back and pray or can they be part of this war for the unborn?
They must be part of the war for the unborn, and I really want them all showing up in November and voting for pro-life candidates.
Because with the overturning of Roe v. Wade, it goes back to the states, and right now it's a battleground.
There are some states, they love abortion, California, New York, Vermont, blah blah.
Abortion to birth and beyond.
And other states who have laws, trigger laws, they're going to protect the unborn and then others who are in the middle.
So this November election is going to be a defining moment in our history to permanent protection for our unborn brothers and sisters.
And the goal is so many women would never have an abortion if it's not legal.
If they knew.
And if they saw the pictures in this book.
Father, the role of all those who are listening and watching, what can they do to support you?
Yes.
SupremeCourtVictory.com is a special website we've made about this case now, this Dobbs case, the Alito leaked opinion analysis of it, prayer campaign.
They need to know what this said and what it didn't say so that they can have intelligent conversations with their brothers and sisters.
So SupremeCourtVictory.com.
Get involved with us there.
Plenty to do.
And of course, JanetAbortionandTeens.com for this book.
Okay.
And priestforlife.org, please support these amazing people who truly... A civilization is measured by how it protects the most vulnerable, how it treats them, and that is the elderly and it is the unborn.
Lastly, are you feeling confident, Father?
I am.
Very much so.
This is the culmination now of 50 years of incredible work, prayer, sacrifice on behalf of many, many, tens of millions of Americans.
And we're going to see a great victory in the next few weeks.
Janet, you feel confident?
Oh, absolutely.
I do.
You know, just the justices themselves saying, we will not be bullied, if you've been watching their statements.
Right, right.
And Pete, you know what?
Whether you're pro-choice or pro-life, you should be more upset that our judicial system was under attack by that leak.
Everyone should be upset about that.
Exactly.
Taking, uh, assaulting our constitutions, uh, picketing outside the private homes of the judges in the highest court in the land.
It's terrible.
The book is Everything You Need to Know About Abortion for Teens, Janet Morano, and you've got to go to SupremeCourtVictory.com.
Next, we're going to analyze everything you need to know about what happened in Pennsylvania in the primaries last night with a very special correspondent, Who knows exactly what he's talking about.

It's always good to start the new hour with some good music.
We've got Phil Collins there to get us in the mood.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First, a special day.
When you want the information you can't glean when you're sitting in the putrid, fetid swamp that is Washington, D.C., you reach out to patriots who are there, who have the ground truth.
And given the strange things that are going on in Pennsylvania, let's reach out to the man that keeps Philadelphia is saying every single morning, AM 990 is the answer.
We call him Chris de Gaulle, but I'm not sure he is because I see this svelte individual, this fit individual.
He doesn't have the COVID extra 30 pounds.
Is that really Chris?
Brother, it's me 90 less these days.
I got it!
I'm trying to show off.
I'm strutting around the world.
I went to an awards ceremony last night and people said, you look good.
Yeah, 26 pounds!
That's how good I look!
And then you said, yeah, 90.
I was carrying around a small man on you like I was.
I mean, I was a husky fella, you know that.
You had, you know, you got, what, a couple of pounds to lose and you looked great.
I was getting into that sort of, I don't know, you could have had guy wires attached to me and entered me in as a float in the Macy's Day Parade.
I was getting that size.
All right, before we talk about disgusting things like politics, let's share our happiness at what we've both done.
I'm the amateur, you're the pro.
I did this with amazing woman, Dr. Ashley Lucas at PhD Weight Loss and Nutrition.
My wife and I, five weeks, 26 pounds for me, 18 for her.
We're super happy, guys.
If you're interested, I'll give you the details later.
How the hell did you lose 90 pounds, dude?
I mean, I could plug him if you want me to.
He's also a weight loss doctor.
His name is Dr. Rick Tagg.
T-A-G-U-E.
Dr. Rick Tagg at a place called the Center for Nutrition at my old stomping grounds in my kind of original hometown of the Kansas City metro area.
Dr. Tagg is spectacular.
He put me on a weight loss program and I dropped 90 pounds from January to October of last year.
All right, so for me, I've tried all kinds of diets, of fasting, you know, I lost a lot in like three weeks and then I piled it all back on.
This thing is just super easy, no calorie counting, just cut out sugar and very controlled carbs, protein heavy.
What did it for you?
I've got to know, how did you do 90 pounds?
Well, I'll tell you one of the things.
That's for sure.
Everything you just said is exactly what I'm doing.
One of the things that I have done is up my fiber, and I drink a lot of water.
I drink about a gallon of water every day, and that has made a huge difference in my life.
That's the last thing I'm not doing properly.
I get Eric before the show, dutifully fills my two bottles of water, and I maybe get through one of them.
So, sorry.
Sorry, Katie.
Gotta drink more.
I know no one can see this but you, but look at that.
That's what I drink every day.
What is that, a gallon?
Yep.
Wow.
I need to get me one of those with America First on the side.
I love it.
All right.
Dude, congratulations.
Super, super impressive.
OK, let's talk about the disgusting stuff.
He's drinking it right now.
He's got priorities.
Forget America First.
Forget Salem.
He's drinking his water.
All right, follow this guy at Chris Stegall at chrisstegall.com and his podcast.
He's also a contributor with our brothers at townhall.com.
First things first, we can go through everything in PA.
We can talk about Federman, Mastriano, Kathy Burnett, Dr. Oz, but just one big lesson, the only real lesson that matters.
Dude, pollsters are shysters.
I mean, polling is just garbage.
Am I wrong?
Well, I will say that what we thought about, like Trafalgar, for instance, who I think has been spot on and pretty stellar throughout the last couple of years.
He had Kathy Barnett a little tighter, but I don't think that that was inaccurate.
I think Kathy Barnett, for instance, the attack sort of stuck and there were enough people at the 11th hour who thought they'd go that way and then just said, I can't.
Who benefited from that?
I think David McCormick did.
I think.
The only thing I understood for sure was going into this, as you heard, there was a three-way battle.
She came surging, and there was this attitude that it could go any way of three ways, and I saw that.
But yesterday, for whatever reason, and I heard from a few listeners that suggested they just couldn't get themselves to a point where They were comfortable enough with Kathy, although she did still very well, I mean, considering she came out of nowhere.
I gotta give it to her.
For somebody who had no political background, who started with me on Fox and Friends, I don't know, six, seven years ago, as one of a group of women, we invited into New York to talk about national security.
They were the national security moms.
This was, you know, during ISIS, during Obama, She was just, you know, a mother, a veteran, and then to launch this campaign and to get, you know, they're still counting because of course it's Pennsylvania, but to get, what are we at now?
22, 23 percent for Kathy?
Yeah, almost 25% really.
I mean, she crested over 300,000 votes.
And that's not a small thing for someone who, you know, you consider between McCormick and Oz, the two of those campaigns together spent over $60 million.
And most of the conventional wisdom was it was only them anybody was talking about.
And Oz is the guy that kind of created Kathy Barnett, if I may.
Yeah, go ahead.
Unpack that.
Well, his fame.
And, of course, President Trump's endorsement focused all this attention on Pennsylvania.
I don't think anybody would have been talking about this today.
I don't know that I'd be with you today.
I mean, you're Politico, so maybe.
But most shows wouldn't have been interested in the Pennsylvania Senate primary, but Oz made it sexy.
Let's stop here for a second.
This is really good analysis, and that's why we get you on the show.
So this is why AM 990 is so lucky to have you.
Just start for a second there.
We don't have national news in the terms of Pennsylvania primaries.
That's just, I mean, there has to be something really big for national news.
For Sean Hannity, for example, Sean, what the hell happened to you?
You know, on Tuesday she's pro-BLM and then on Wednesday she's a January 6th insurrectionist.
I mean, that's because The Dr. Oz phenomena shed a light on this state, and I think helped her.
And then, give us the analysis, Chris.
What was it in the last 72 hours?
Was it just the strangely vituperative and high energy assaults on her?
The smears that really worked against her?
I think so.
Two-fold.
One, as I was saying, Oz's fame focused everyone's attention.
And then the more she came on in debates and the national press started paying attention to her, other syndicated hosts were putting her on cable and on their radio shows.
And before you knew it, her social media following grew.
She exploded into this supernova of fame.
Everybody's talking about, who's this?
Kathy Barnett?
And that's when the Oz machine kicked in.
And that's when our colleague Sean decided to just start swinging at her nightly on his national television show.
And Seb, the thing about that is...
All that did was tick people off.
Yeah.
It didn't make people run from Kathy, it made their support galvanized.
Oh, I had a caller, one of our guys, one of our loyal listeners, Phil from Philly, we got him under the wire in I think the end of the second hour yesterday and he said everybody he talked to coming out of the polling station said, yay Kathy, yay Kathy.
And that I think in part, I think you're right, it's thanks to attacks from people like Sean Hannity who should know better.
Yes, and I will say this, even if, even though, Kathy didn't win, Sean didn't help his pal, Dr. Oz.
All he did was chase people away from Oz, and either drive them to Kathy, or at bare minimum, people who thought about voting for Kathy said, I can't do it, but I'm certainly not going with Oz, so I'm going to go McCormick.
Dave McCormick has reaped The benefits of the Kathy Barnett, Dr. Oz feud.
Because he was like the unknown third stalker.
Because I know about Oz.
I know Kathy, known her for years.
I know nothing.
I mean, excuse me.
I mean, I don't live in Pennsylvania.
I know nothing about this McCormick guy.
So he was seen as what?
Like the safe alternative?
That's exactly right.
Interestingly, he shares the same campaign team as Glenn Youngkin, Seb, and you know a thing or two about Youngkin.
Youngkin was a very similar figure.
Understated, not really well-known, and then all of a sudden just kind of eked in there.
Now, I don't know that the same is true.
I had McCormick on my show this morning.
He thinks we're still going to have a recount.
What's still outstanding is probably not enough.
to kick a winner over the threshold, so they think we're still a week to 10 days out from knowing who's won between them.
Why is this happening?
I mean, we've put 12 men on the moon.
Why the flip can Pennsylvania not count votes?
Yeah, provisional, we still don't have a handle on what are provisional and what are mail-in and then what are, what's the other one?
What's the other one?
There's a third one, I forget.
Absentee?
Absentee, maybe something.
So yeah, that's what we wait on, are these mail-in ballots.
You know, in Lancaster County, for whatever reason, they had some sort of printing error, and so now they got to go back through by 21,000 votes and retabulate those by hand or some crazy thing.
I don't think it's going to be enough.
I think the margin of error is so slim, Pennsylvania instantly kicks into a recount situation if you can't secure at least a half a percent of a vote win.
I'm just so impressed that you had him on your show.
I need to find out how that went.
We're talking to Chris de Gaulle.
You've got to follow him at Chris de Gaulle on Twitter.
That's S-T-I-G-A-L-L.
You can go to his website, chrisdegaulle.com.

Stay on this channel.
It's good music.
It's appropriate music.
He's a dangerous man, just like Commander Bond.
He's dangerous for leftists and propagandists.
He is my colleague on AM 990 in Philadelphia, The Answer.
We're going to talk to Chris de Gaulle about his interview with McCormick momentarily.
But first, if you haven't done so already, what are you waiting You're going to join me and Dinesh D'Souza, the director of 2000 Mules, and his lovely wife Debbie for the trip of a lifetime.

I listen.
I don't see them as the competition.
If you're a buddy of mine, like Dan Bongino, I'm going to listen to your show.
If you're Chris Platt and you keep DC sane, I listen to him as well.
And I was listening to Dan a couple of days ago, and he said, it's really weird.
We've reached out to everybody in Pennsylvania, and nobody wants to come on the show except Kathy.
I had Kathy on the show twice.
We reached out to Dr. Oz.
His campaign kept playing, you know, stupid games with my producer, Jeff, saying, yeah, we're very busy.
Dr. Oz is very busy.
We'll get back to you.
So, the only person we had on was Kathy.
I'm not surprised that McCormack's team is the same team as Glenn Youngkin's.
So, you managed to get him on your show.
What impression did he leave you with?
He seemed to close the sale in the 11th hour.
I will tell you too, if I may for a minute, I had the big guy on the show yesterday as well.
I had McCormick and Oz and the big guy.
Wow, see that's the power of being the voice of Philly.
Okay, let's walk through it.
Let's start with McCormick.
Let's start with this dark horse that kind of reaped the benefit of the attacks on Cathy.
Tell us about who this guy is and the impression he gave you.
Sure.
He is a seventh-generation Pennsylvanian.
He did grow up in Pennsylvania.
Went to high school in Pennsylvania.
He's a graduate of West Point.
He's an Army Ranger.
He's a Bronze Star recipient.
I mean, by all accounts, he's a patriot.
No doubt about that.
He has a farm in Pennsylvania.
His family's from there.
The knock on Dave McCormick has been that for the last, I don't know, decade at least, he's called Connecticut home, and he's made a lot of money in hedge fund management.
Now, you know, it's up to you whether you think that's a dirty word, hedge fund.
But right away, people start looking at the financials of a guy like that.
And, you know, he's made money in China and other foreign interests.
And that, you know, the C word is also a dirty word these days for a lot of Trump voters.
I understand that.
So right away, there was suspicion of him not living in Pennsylvania, even though being from Pennsylvania and making money in the markets the way he did.
So that was a different kind of suspicion than the Oz suspicion.
But they both were branded by the lesser known candidates as people who parachuted in with gobs and gobs of money and tried to buy their way into this race.
And that stuck to both of them, and that's why voters could not get their heads around either one of these guys, because they were both branded effectively and early as outsiders, as carpetbaggers with tons and tons of dough.
Okay, so that's the story of those candidacies.
Talk to us about how he performed, your spidey senses.
When McCormick came on your show, as a candidate, was he unpolished, too polished?
Was he MAGA, not MAGA?
You know, I'll tell you my story.
You know, as a resident of the Commonwealth, we tried to get Jankin on for monks.
His team played silly buggers.
I had his personal cell phone and his wife's cell phone, because we have common acquaintances.
And I basically embarrassed him onto coming onto the show the week before the election.
And, you know, he walked a very, very tenuous line.
I asked him on air, and it wasn't an aggressive interview.
It was a tough interview.
I did the same with Kathy.
One of my callers said afterwards, you were like a police officer in an interrogation room, but you were fair.
And that's the best I, you know, applauded I can get from anybody.
And I said, are you MAGA?
Do you believe in making America great again?
And then Junkin pauses in front of three million listeners and says, I believe in making Virginia great again.
You know, it's that half pregnant, you know, I'm not MAGA, but I'm half MAGA.
So what impression did you get in your funny bone from this guy?
Yeah, I think that he is... Look, Pat Toomey is the guy leaving this seat, right?
Pat Toomey is no friend to MAGA, that's for sure.
He voted to impeach Donald Trump.
So I flat out asked him, what's your impression of Pat Toomey?
I asked him about Mitch McConnell.
What impressed me was he finally came around to saying he felt we needed a leadership change and wasn't afraid to finally commit to saying he'd like to see McConnell go.
Wow.
Okay, I'm going to ask a very simple question.
Forget politics and leadership of Mitch McConnell.
around to that, I thought, you know, that's bold.
I appreciate that.
It wasn't too careful for a new guy who could be very scared of Mitch McConnell, right?
Okay, I'm going to ask a very simple question.
Forget politics and leadership of Mitch McConnell.
Did he make you feel good or not?
Well, I mean, good enough.
He's right out of Central Castings.
He's like Glenn Youngkin.
The vest, the hair, the whole... He's a patriot.
He served his country.
The knock on him is he's a rich guy who lived in Connecticut.
Does that make him a bad guy?
I'm not prepared to say that makes him a bad guy.
But did he elicit passion in me like Kathy Barnett?
No.
Let's talk about the big guy, Dr. Oz.
You got him on your show once, twice.
How many times did he come on?
Three times, altogether.
Very coordinated, very specific.
Like you, it was difficult to land him, but when we finally did, I think we were fair.
Spent about a half an hour each time of the three.
And he took every question we threw at him.
There was no question off limits, I will give him credit.
He didn't stammer, he didn't stutter.
He was always on point.
He always had an answer for everything.
I think the broadside on Oz really hit, though, when Pompeo came to Pennsylvania on behalf of Dave McCormick and said his dual citizenship, his voting in the Turkish election in 2020 is a national security issue.
That was a headline for me.
Right.
Did you ask him about those on air?
I did, and he thought it, he dismissed it as silly.
He explained that away as voting for the opposition to Erdogan, that his mother is an Alzheimer's patient, her comfort levels in Turkey, he maintains that dual citizenship for his mother.
He then came around to saying he'd renounce that citizenship ultimately if he became a senator.
So I never really quite understood that.
I asked him about his faith, Seb, and I don't ask that as a litmus test.
But here toward the end, faith came up only because of Kathy Barnett's old tweets.
Yeah.
And she said something about Islam on a tweet, and the press kept writing, this is particularly important to who would be the first American Muslim as a United States Senator, Mehmet Oz.
Now, I didn't know that about Oz, that he considered himself a Muslim, so I thought it relevant to ask, and I did, and that was sort of a weird Um, we took sort of a weird trip down his, kind of his faith.
His wife's a Christian.
He raised his family.
We need to discuss that.
I want to hear the details of that weird journey, if he would be the first Muslim senator.

Newly minted Chris de Gaulle looking amazing is with us unpacking everything you need to know about primaries especially in Pennsylvania You were talking about the Mehmet Oz interviews.
You did three of them on your show on AM 990, The Answer.
And you asked him about religion because of what Kathy Barnett had said on her tweets about him being the first Muslim senator.
You said you went down this strange journey.
What was this strange discussion he took you on?
Just that he said that his parents, of course, immigrated here as Muslims, but they were secular Muslims.
That he really was never, I guess, Practicing, I guess, was sort of what we were to gather from that, but then he went on to talk about his wife was, they have a chapel in their home, his wife was raised Christian.
I believe he said his mother-in-law's an ordained minister, perhaps, that they raised their children Christian, that they turned to the Bible for guidance.
So I dug into it, not as a litmus test, but I just thought it relevant only because You know, they were saying that Oz was uniquely offended on behalf of Kathy's tweets, you know, that he would be the first Muslim.
Should that matter?
I guess I'll ask you, Seb.
Should that matter as an issue?
Maybe not.
Probably not.
I don't know.
Do you want the eight-hour answer that I used to give to Bragg and the FBI when I actually trained them on ISIS and al-Qaeda?
Look, it's very simple.
uh if if you're a faithful muslim okay i'm not talking about a secular individual from turkey because Kemal Mustafa Ataturk the father of modern turkey secularized that nation he said you can be a muslim but dude that's something at home that's at the mosque we are going to remove islam from the state there will be no state religion which is actually heretical if you are a
good fundamental muslim if you believe in the quran there can be no separation of state and mosque that that is why you know in saudi arabia you would you would get in big trouble if you said i'm secular if you said that in pakistan or afghanistan you'd probably Pay with your life.
So the idea that he you know, somebody can serve in a nation's Representative house or Senate where we have a constitutional separation of faith and politics and say they're a Muslim Well, you're not a Muslim then at least not by Islam's understanding because the Quran is It's everything.
It's a political guide.
It's a religious guide.
It doesn't have... Here's the short answer.
Sorry, now I'm talking too long.
What is the thing that makes Christianity unique?
It's when they try and trap Jesus.
And they say, should you pay taxes?
And what does our Lord say?
Give me a coin.
Give me a coin.
And he says, okay, whose face is on the coin?
And the people trying to trap him say, well, Caesar's.
And then what does he reply?
Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar.
That one sentence is the bedrock of Western civilizations and America's separation of church and state.
There is no sentence of that ilk anywhere in the Quran or the Hadith, and that's why What he said doesn't make sense, but let me ask you, like I did with McCormick, after those three interviews, Spidey sense, the Stigall sense, what did you think about this man?
As a purely cynically political thinker, I can understand, and he even admitted, why he could go into South Philadelphia or West Philadelphia and connect with maybe a black voter who doesn't even pay a lot of attention to politics, let's say.
Or a woman who's maybe traditionally not a Republican voter, but they recognize him from TV, and I said, Is your TV fame a net asset?
Is that something we should consider here?
And he said, well, sure.
I mean, he didn't run from it.
He said, I can go into places and get votes just because I'm a famous guy from TV, is what he said in so many words, and I don't disagree with him.
And I think that's honestly why President Trump picked him.
I think he saw him as a A flashy winning candidate who, by the way, I think can help him in Pennsylvania in 2024.
I think that was part of President Trump's calculation.
It's, it's got that, it's that Q factor, not Q anon crazy leftist, the Q quotient factor, the wow factor, the celebrity factor, which is, you know, in large part why Americans voted for President Trump.
Cause they said he's not a politician and neither is Dr. Oz.
We're talking to Chris de Gaulle.

We're talking MAGA.
We're talking MAGA v. The Swamp with Chris de Gaulle.
One of my production team, who will go unnamed, Eric, said in the production meeting, hey, are you really going to talk about all the candidates?
Because what if you get into an argument with Eric?
Dude, it's Eric Stegall.
It's Chris Stegall.
I'm not going to get in an argument with him because he's a good guy.
He's one of ours.
So let's continue the discussion.
So much fascinating information you've given us about Cathy, about McCormick, about Dr. Oz in your interviews.
Let's try and run down the rest of these things.
And just one comment from my producer here, Jeff.
The interesting metric you've got to pile into the calculation is this is a guy who was loved by the left.
I mean Oz was feted as a TV star by the left, and everybody he worked with now hates him because he's running as a Republican.
So that's a kind of indication of seriousness because if you're faking it, are you prepared to pay the price of having yourself snubbed on Nantucket or on Martha's Vineyards?
So you've got to add that into the calculation.
But let's talk about Mastriano.
Let's talk about Fetterman.
Is Fetterman still in hospital?
What is going on with this thug-like individual?
Well, yeah.
I mean, this is a guy who hangs a pot flag out of his lieutenant governor's office in Harrisburg, Seb.
This is not a joke.
I mean, he's a goon.
He's just a straight-up goon.
He's like seven feet tall.
He used to be, I think like the weight you and I both lost, he used to carry around what's interesting.
He looks like an escaped convict from a Supermax.
Come on!
He's a bad dude.
I mean progressively he's a bad dude.
His policies are bad.
The thing about him, he has this very interesting past.
When he was the mayor of a small community in Pennsylvania, you probably heard this story, there was some criminal activity in his community.
At the same time that there's kind of an all-call about somebody who's just robbed us, maybe a carjacking, I'm not sure.
He sees a jogger going down the street, who happens to be a black man, and Spetterman decides to grab his shotgun and go chasing after this black jogger down his street.
Totally innocent jogger minding his own business out for an exercise afternoon and Fetterman holds him at gunpoint.
Which if he had been a Republican mayor would have been end of career.
Forget about running for the Senate or for governor it would have been you're going to be you know bussing tables for the rest of your life.
That's why I was so excited about the potential, frankly, of Cathy Barnett, a black woman, on stage with him.
I thought, boy, wouldn't that be a fabulous moment to watch the two of them.
She's a very short, petite lady.
He's this giant, seven-foot-tall, bald guy.
The optics would have been bizarre.
But, no, Fetterman's, as well as Shapiro, who's the AG, now running for governor, these two men are tied to the hip of the worst governor Pennsylvania's seen in a long time, Tom Wolfe.
This is an administrative state run amok during COVID, and those two men, Shapiro and Federman, are going to have to speak for the Tom Wolfe administration and the COVID lockdowns.
And I don't buy into this notion that Mastriano or any other Republican is going to have trouble beating them if you relitigate what we've been through as a Commonwealth the last two years.
Okay, let me push back on that.
I mean, if you look at the fact that Federman is where he is, Don't you always have this, you know, in the metropolitan areas, just this kind of baked-in Democrat tribal mentality that just doesn't care about facts?
That's true.
And I did ask, you know, President Trump was on the show, and I said, look, there are a lot of people that are still very worried that this has not been fixed.
Election integrity hasn't been fixed in Pennsylvania.
Should they be worried?
I mean, he said, yeah.
He said the only way to overcome it is just to absolutely swamp the vote.
That is turnout, turnout, turnout.
That's the only way to beat it.
Maybe we're on more heightened alert, but Pennsylvania's not fixed what went wrong, what you saw in 2,000 mules, for instance.
That's not been fixed.
Mastriano is the guy who's been sort of assigned the lead.
On trying to get that fixed.
It hasn't happened yet.
I want to talk about Doug, Colonel Doug, in a second, but thanks for mentioning it.
I almost completely forgot.
So, the movie that has broken all records, over a million downloads in a week, over a hundred thousand DVDs mailed out.

So God bless, you know, Colonel Doug for being such a trooper in all of this.
Chris, tell us about what our viewers inside and outside Pennsylvania need to know about him.
He ran away with last night, Seb.
That's the irony.
For as tight and confusing as this Senate race has been, Mastriano never, ever... There was a chasm of daylight as grand as the canyon out there in the West between him and the rest of the pack.
He won by double digits, almost 25 points or something.
I think at final count.
So it was never a question.
And yet, what have you heard from the very beginning about him?
He's the one that can't win.
Today, all the cable news, hysterical.
He can't win.
Chris Wallace just said today, Seb, and I can't... No kidding.
On CNN, Chris Wallace said, Republicans must be very unhappy that Doug Mastriano has won.
What?
Excuse me?
He won overwhelmingly with Republicans.
Hang on, hang on.
I know he's a registered Democrat and a loser from CNN Plus, the late CNN Plus.
But what?
Based on what are we disappointed, Chris?
Well, let me translate that for you.
Chris Wallace is admitting something.
He's not doing his show for voters in Pennsylvania.
He does his show for establishment party insiders.
And yes, that's true.
Establishment party insiders don't like Doug, haven't liked Doug, and were trying to conspire at the 11th hour to stop Doug.
They couldn't figure it out.
They couldn't get it done.
So it's true.
There are Republican Party establishment types in Pennsylvania that hate this guy's guts.
Some have even said they'll vote for Shapiro rather than vote for Mastriano.
It's insidious.
But the voters made it clear.
And that's in the Southeast, Seb, that's considered the more moderate or maybe center-left Republican voter.
Five out of seven counties went for Mastriano last night.
Incredible.
Well, we've had Doug on the show numerous occasions, especially when it comes to finding out what really happened in the last election.
So, God bless you.
Colonel Mastriano, keep doing what you do.

Chris, couple of minutes left.
Got to zoom out from Pennsylvania and talk about how the mainstream media is trying to say, Yeah, yeah.
President Trump, one of his endorsees didn't lose, didn't win yesterday.
It must be really tough in MAGA World.
In the history of politics, there is no Kingmaker who has gone 74 for 5.
None.
He has endorsed 74, 75 people and lost 5 races.
I mean, this is the best they can do, Chris?
No, it's ridiculous.
It's amazing.
You know, Trump was on with me yesterday, and the last question I asked him was, now if I shouldn't win, or Mastriano shouldn't win, will you support whoever does?
He stopped and he said, do you know no one's asked me that?
He said, you're actually making me think on my feet, and he said, of course, yes I will.
I had never heard him actually say it before, and he was very readily willing to say, I'll support any Republican who wants to take on the Democrats, ultimately.
Which I thought was pretty big.
But yeah, no, it's undeniable.
The guy is just nearly batting a thousand.
I mean, if this were a batting average, you'd be a very, very happy star in the Major League Baseball.
Did you see, did you notice, guys, did you notice just that very gentle flex?
You know, when I was speaking to President Trump yesterday on my show, he may have lost 90 pounds, but he's got some muscle left on him.
He's flexing it.
He's flexing it on my show with my old boss.
That's such a cheeky chap.
When I was talking to President Trump on my show yesterday, which reminds me, we need to get him back on the show.
On my show, Jeff.
We saw him at Mar-a-Lago.
I'm gonna flex right now.
We're gonna flex about me hanging out with President Trump, but we need him back on the show.
In the meantime, if you enjoy this show, please support those that make it possible.
