I have one thing I need to share with you before we get rolling.

That's why we're here to give you the most important analysis, the access to the newsmakers.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

It's Friday and we are going to talk national security.
We're going to talk crazy radicals doxing Supreme Court justices.
And we're going to talk about intelligence and double standards.
This is the latest message from the left and their minions in the legacy mainstream media.
According to recent reports at the New York Times that doesn't quote by name but says from intelligence senior government officials, intelligence sources, the US government provided assistance, provided intelligence to Ukraine in the targeting of Russian generals.
Russia has lost more generals in the last eight weeks than in any operation that they have ever, ever undergone.
In addition, the report states that there was a naval vessel sunk, of course, the pride of the fleet, it was the Moscow, was sunk With also the assistance of US intelligence.
Now, as you've heard me say many times before, that's a good thing if it is done covertly.
Russia will not stop with Ukraine.
This is the first potential domino.
Next it will be other nations.
It will be breakaway republics like Transnistria, like Moldova, like NATO nations such as Poland or the Baltic States.
So it is essential that we stop Russia now.
Not with an intervention with US boots on the ground.
That would be foolish.
But with covert black assistance.
Right after the invasion I said one of the most important things the West can do is to provide targeting packets, intelligence packets, because we have peerless, nobody comes close to our intelligence capabilities.
Military satellites, signals intelligence, cyber, you name it.
Ukraine doesn't have that.
Ukraine was ranked 22nd in the world in military power before Russia, the second-ranked military force, invaded.
So we could help them be more effective.
They're great tactically.
All those shoulder-launched anti-tank attacks.
Yeah, superb.
But they don't have operational dominance going above the tactical.
But you don't bloody talk about it!
And you don't tell the New York Times.
This is a nuclear nation.
This is a nation that is at war with us all the time in the intelligence and economic fields.
So you do it, like we did during the Cold War.
When, for example, during the Reagan administration, when Russia was significantly behind us in terms of automation and robotics, We managed to infiltrate their acquisition of remote valve systems for one of the biggest oil pipelines in the east of that nation, the Soviet Union.
And they bought a piece of hardware.
It's now declassified, guys.
Calm down.
Relax.
They bought a piece of commercial hardware.
They thought they were being so sneaky buying it through a cutout that they would use to automate this massive, massive pipeline.
And it was ours.
We engineered it.
The CIA made it so it was controlled by us.
And a device inside that valve was operated by the US government to cause a catastrophic failure of that Soviet pipeline.
But we didn't tell the New York Times about it.
When a Russian nuclear sub with nuclear weapons was sunk because of an accident in one of its torpedo tubes.
What did America do?
We asked one of the biggest industrialists in the world to help provide a cover for a drilling rig called the Glomar Explorer that would help locate and recover the Soviet vessel so we could know about the weapons on board.
But we didn't tell the New York Times or the Washington Post that we were doing it because that would have been foolish.
That would have been stupid.
That's the whole point.
You have covert capabilities.
The Hughes Corporation that assisted us did so as patriots and kept that mission sacred and they kept it secret.
Now, within days of the occurrence, we have the Biden administration bragging.
You can just see it right now.
The people with the TSSCI codename clearances involved in sending our brave, brave men to do the Lord's work in dangerous places.
We're bragging over our assistance to Kiev, saying, wouldn't it be cool if my buddy at the New York Times wrote a piece about it?
That's fine.
That's great.
That's dandy.
But when a cuckold of a man, a coward, a fake man like Mark Esper, the disastrous Secretary of Defense at the end of the Trump administration, is asked by President Trump a very reasonable question.
Hey, could we use force to target the Mexican drug cartels?
Could we use a surgical strike, maybe a cruise missile, like Clinton did in that factory, that pharmaceutical factory that Clinton thought was an al-Qaeda training facility in the Sudan?
If we have the intel, of where the Russian cartels actually, the Mexican cartels actually are.
How about we send them a message as we did with Syria when they were using chemical weapons and dropped 52 cruise missiles on that Air Force base when I was in the White House.
The President just raised this possibility.
That today, the same day as the New York Times story, that story from Mark Esper is being reported by the left and by the mainstream legacy media as some crazy plot by President Trump.
The sheer insanity that we'd use COVID, which he didn't do, he raised the question.
Just to ask the question, hey, can we hit Mexican drug cartels, who by the way, in the last 12 months, Caused the death of a hundred million Americans from drugs in America.
Tens of thousands more than the decade of the Vietnam War.
That idea of President Trump's, oh that's a bad idea, which he didn't even execute.
But the one that actually occurred, And which is being boasted about now on the pages of the New York Times.
Biden officials divulging the deepest of deep secrets.
That's just dandy!
Telling the Kremlin that it's in control of more than 4,000 nuclear warheads.
Oh yeah, yeah.
We're giving the intel to Kiev.
Instead of doing it quietly, shutting your mouth and getting the job done to help Kiev kill as many Russian invaders as possible, no, we're gonna brag about it as we criticize and lambast President Trump for a very, very justifiable proposition.

You stand on the side of the Constitution, or you stand on the side of the cult, which wants to impose its values on the rest of us.

The President: But I know that one of the Democrats that he endorsed and who won their primary this week, Tim Ryan, said yesterday that he does not support any limits on abortion.
Is that where the President's thinking is now?
The President has stated his view many times.
So does the President support abortion up until the moment of birth?
The President has spoken about this many times, Peter, and I would refer you to his own comments about abortion and a woman's right to choose and make decisions about her body with her doctor, which is what any of those women would do.

We are joined by somebody who I worry about a little bit.
Allegedly, he is the Chief Communications Officer for the America First Policy Institute, but I think, you know, he had those clearances in the White House when he was the Press Secretary for the Vice President.
I think he might be doing a little bit of work on the side for Intelligence Services, because he keeps following me.
I went to Mar-a-Lago, and he was there at the airport when I left, and when I was coming back, he was there as well.

No, but if that plane would have gone down, the America first movement might have gone down with it.

Oh, that was... So, we got on the plane in DC.
First, the stewardess, the person who recognized me, comes up to me, whispers, big fan, big fan.

And then, as we're sitting there, everybody who's MAGA, who's going to Mar-a-Lago, is coming on the plane.
So, that would have been a loss.
Oh, huge loss.
There were so many people on that plane.
So many MAGA people!
Yeah.

Did you and your lovely wife have fun?
Oh, look, it's a scary movie, but that room at Mar-a-Lago with the president in the first row for the screening of 2000 Muse, there were seven.
I'm trying to think of somebody who's MAGA who wasn't there.
Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, Dinesh, the Salem team.
That was like high concentration, wasn't it, Mark?
It was like a reunion.
Yes!
You know, from 16 to 20.
It was great seeing everybody there, and obviously they got fired up for the president.
The movie was so compelling.
Had you seen it before?
I had not seen it before.
Aside from it opening with you, you know.
I was like, oh, it can only go up from here, right?
No.
You know what impressed me?
Because I know he'd seen it before because he'd been tweeting out about stuff in it.
Not tweeting, making his statements, his press statements.
The president, after he spoke in a great speech, we're going to play some of it, he sat down in the front row with us and he sat through the whole film.
Yeah.
Did you expect that?
I did not.
I actually expected that he was going to make his graceful exit to the back and then we would watch the movie.
But it was so compelling.
There were so many interesting things and the big thing that I came away from it was who's investigating these non-for-profit organizations?
So let's stop there.
For those who haven't seen it, it's about the mules that illegally trafficked the ballots, which is a crime.
But there were NGOs where they had to collect the ballots to give to the mules.
So this is part of the puzzle, right, Mark?
Right.
And so if they were able to geolocate these NGOs, or the non-for-profits, Then why aren't some of these state attorneys general going in and taking a look at these?
I mean, this is where you're going to get the email trail.
This is where you're going to get the surveillance video or something.
And the email that says, OK, per ballot, you get five bucks.
I mean, you're going to get the evidence of the half.
People were paid.
To do this.
And that's the crime.
Correct.
And so to me, I mean, obviously there are 2,000 mules that they identified.
Could be very well more.
They used a very high threshold.
But if we really want to get to the bottom of it, then we've got to target the people that are collecting it, harvesting it, filling out these ballots, and then sending them off to go be put into these drop boxes.
So one of our greatest advertisers raised this question with me.
He said, what do we do next?
The film is great, but what happens next?
And this is your point.
And my answer to him was, we've got to find local prosecutors who are prepared to actually bring cases.
That's what has to happen next.
OK, we could discuss this for hours.
We have to talk about the news of the week, Supreme Court justice leak, Hillary's back on the campaign trail.
I want to run something by you.
I heard a very disturbing rumor, and I want you to quash it, that the America First Policy Institute, there are some people there who think the cultural stuff, the culture war stuff, like abortion, we shouldn't talk about that, too divisive, we should focus on the economy and the border, but the culture war thing is not what the president wants or what MAGA wants.
After what happened this week, Can we maintain that position?
I mean, clearly, they've brought it back to the forefront by doxing Supreme Court justices.
Can we avoid the pro-life question in this election?
No, I don't think so, nor should we.
I mean, if one thing we learned from President Trump...
You know, is the political chattering class, the consultant class.
And look, I would have been one of them, you know, back in 2015 before he came down the golden escalator.
And if you'd asked me, I'm going to focus on immigration.
I mean, it's a very important issue, but people don't vote on that issue.
He read, he read it right.
Right.
I would have been wrong in terms of what is politically popular or what will politically sell.
And so, I mean, this is a man and I think the movement beyond just the man is about taking on the fights that need to be fought.
And whether it's for the American worker, for American trade, whether it's for the unborn, I mean, Donald Trump was probably, if not the most pro-life president in American history.
He was the only sitting president to address the March for Life.
Not even Reagan did that.
Correct.
And he got, you know, depending on what the outcome of the Supreme Court will be, the only reason why it's even in question is because he filled three seats in the United States Supreme Court.
So he ushered in the opportunity for this to happen or it could have been a 5-4 court decided with maybe or maybe not the Chief Justice, you know, siding with the other side.
We don't know that yet.
That's speculation.
We don't know that.
But the reason why we know that there is a majority that could rule is because of Donald Trump.
So my take is the following.
I think with our guest yesterday, who had an amazing tweet thread, I think Will Chamberlain has probably identified the leaker.
My strategic analysis is they screwed up.
By leaking it now, instead of waiting till June when it would have been a nuclear bomb for the left, now they have to maintain this pressure for an extra month.
You've been in the arena, you've worked in the White House, now you're at the Institute.
What is their game plan for the left?
Because they can't talk about any policy, right?
They can't talk about the economy.
They can't talk about national security.
Are they going to try and push it all onto salvaging Roe v. Wade?
Is that going to be the tactic for the midterms?
No, absolutely.
It's the only thing they have left.
They will try to broaden that.
They will make it a war against women.
And so they will talk about health care.
They will talk about, obviously, the Roe v. Wade, the abortion issue.
And then they will try to bring in education and the war on teachers.
That's going to be their narrative because they have nothing else to run on.
So it's the old, old cloth.
It's the old stories, the old narratives.
Correct.
And they hope it will gin up their base to do it.
But the thing that they're missing is that they're out of line with the American people.
Right.
And I mean, I don't think many people in America, in fact, the latest polling I've seen is like less than, you know, less than one in four believe you should be able to kill a baby today that was due to be born naturally tomorrow.
Just wait till you hear what the White House says about that.

it's bad for them because ultimately corporations are not here to be politically to be to be a political advocacy group corporations are there they are they are need to answer to their shareholders to the end to their employees but they don't need to weigh in on where public policy is swaying in one way or the other
disney is a great example of that you know you look at the mission statement of the walt disney company and it's entertaining to inform to inspire people around the globe and to be the world's premier entertainment company you Nowhere in the Walt Disney Company's mission statement does it say that they are there to be politically expedient or politically active.

Tell us about the... When we were in the White House, we were for tax cuts for jobs.
We have the Trump 2017 tax cut bill.
What can we do to protect it?
How serious an issue is this right now?
Well, unfortunately, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act from 2017 is going to expire soon if Congress doesn't make it permanent.
And I don't need to tell you how successful the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was for small businesses.
Not only small businesses, though, real wages for the bottom 10% of earners grew nearly twice as fast as the top 10%.
The Tax Cuts and Job Act sunsetting at the same time that inflation is sky high and small businesses are facing labor shortages is going to be ultimately the one-two punch that small business owners that have survived the pandemic simply cannot afford to overcome.
It may be the final nail in their coffin.
And one of the things that we're doing at Job Creators Network is focusing with our Great Opportunity Project.
We're focusing on public policy at the state level that has been successful post-pandemic.
