Time Text
The End
Welcome, welcome, dear friends.
Greetings.
Great to be back in studio after spending yesterday at Mar-a-Lago with President Trump for the premiere of Dinesh D'Souza's incredible movie 2000 Mules.
I will discuss what we witnessed there, how the president was in fine form.
But let's share a little bit of the imagery.
Eric, do you have those photographs from yesterday's event at Mar-a-Lago?
Let's put those up on the screen.
On the flight there, that is my Salem colleagues with President Trump, Larry Elder, Charlie Kirk, Dennis Prager, Eric Metaxas, and of course, Dinesh himself, and then just a few of the people we met there.
Let's roll through those photographs.
Lauren Bobert, pistol-packing congresswoman, was on fine form.
We also have Mike Lindell getting ready to put his penguin suit on.
What else do we have?
And of course Sam and Kevin Sorbo and Dennis Prager.
A little photo bombing going on.
Have to save the rest of that discussion until later.
On the way there and on the way back I read the whole Supreme Court decision by Justice Alito.
An amazing document.
I will be giving you my summary later in the day.
But let's talk about some of the aftershocks of that leak with Our favorite senator, the only one I let on the show from the state of Tennessee, Senator Marsha Blackburn.
Welcome back to America First.
It is good to join you.
Thank you so much.
And that's serious that you're the only one I let on the show because you're the only senator I like.
Okay, so we have so much to discuss, the figures on the economy, the Disinformation Bureau, the Ministry of Truth, but first the latest reports that some organization called Ruth Sent Us, meaning Ruth Bader Ginsburg, has doxed, has released the home addresses of the five Supreme Court justices who signed on to that draft decision.
Your response to the threat upon those justices?
It is astounding to me that there is this threat to the justices, that they have released these addresses.
And now, just the fact that they're encouraging people to go to the home of a justice leader, Now think about this.
They're saying go to their home and protest.
This is where they live.
It's where they rear their family.
It's where they sleep at night.
And what they're doing is saying, okay, protesters, here is where you're going to find them.
Show up.
It is astounding.
This is the kind of thing that people need to be held to account for.
And when it comes to the decision itself, the leak of the decision, may I ask your political analysis?
How does this play into the midterm years?
Will this get more people, radicals on the side of the Democrats, or will it make people who are in the middle, Senator, realize just how extreme the Democrat Party has become?
Well, you just hit it with talking about how extreme the party has become because people that we are hearing from are just astounded that they would do this to the court, that there would be an activist in the court who would decide to use their position, that they would reveal a document That is a working document.
When, you know, there are only four clerks per justice.
Yes.
So the universe is really small as to who could have done this.
And I'm sure that the marshal of the court who's conducting the investigation probably has a really good idea who did this.
And they probably are getting ready to take an appropriate action.
We have said if they need FBI resources.
They can have FBI resources.
Well, we will have in studio in the next hour Will Chamberlain, who I think has identified which clerk it was, so you mustn't miss a nanosecond of today's show.
She is the senator for the state of Tennessee.
The book is The Mind of a Conservative Woman.
You've got to get it right now.
Let's switch topics.
Unbelievable figures.
Not only has the Fed raised target rates by half a percentage point the most in 22 years, Senator, we have the latest figures.
Worker output in America fell a shocking 7.5 percent, which is the largest decline since 1947.
Yes, friends, 1947.
Your reaction, Senator Blackburn?
Well, yes, and when you look at that participation rate and look at the fact that you have to go back into the 40s to find numbers this bad and an economic environment this bad, this is something that should concern each and every person.
If they've not paid attention to inflation and things of that nature before now, then if they have said, well, you know, it's 5%, 6%, 7%, 8.5%, they should at this point stop and say, hey, wait a minute, this is getting out of control.
The other topic we must cover because every single day we're finding more and more out about this designee, the director of the Disinformation Governance Board, The latest clip we'll show you later, dear friends, has Nina Jankiewicz saying the Republicans and other disinformers, so she thinks a whole political party, is a disinformation hub.
Your reaction to the Department Well, this is something that is truly disgusting.
And it just shows you how far they have gone and the measure that they will go to in order to tweak what people are seeing or hearing and thereby what they say and what they think.
So what they have decided is if we are going to, on a bipartisan basis, We're going to pass some regulations on Big Tech.
And if Elon Musk is going to buy Twitter, then they're going to jump back in here by saying we, the federal government, are going to determine what is accurate.
And we're going to tell you what we're going to allow you to say in the public space, whether it's the physical space or the online, the virtual space.
And what we're trying to do is find ways to get it shut down.
I've already written the DHS Secretary where we've got legislation that would remove any funding for this because it is completely over the top.
Is there, so explain to us what the options are for conservatives.
Can we stop the creation or the continued funding?
Oh, they've already done it.
Yes?
They've already done it, yes.
But the funding, yes.
That is where we have the opportunity to disallow that funding.
And that's what we are in process of doing.
And is there enough of a caucus?
Are there enough senators and members in the House as well who are prepared to fight this to the bitter end to make sure we don't have a functioning funding stream for a Ministry of Truth in America, Senator?
Yes, I think there is.
There is bipartisan opposition to what's been announced and how it would work.
I think that there's an opportunity there.
We may not be successful, but we will be trying.
Last question.
I know you're a woman of faith.
Your book is The Mind of a Conservative Woman, seeking the best for family and country.
I'm sure you've read the decision from Justice Alito.
Are you excited?
Are you buoyed?
Are you optimistic that this could be the year when Roe v. Wade gets struck down and the issue is sent back to the states?
I am hopefully optimistic.
I think that we have to realize this was a draft from February.
We don't know what the final vote will be, final decision will be, but it is encouraging to see that the Supreme Court would revisit a decision which they are doing through the Dobbs case.
They're revisiting Roe and Casey.
And that they may look at repositioning that.
So we're encouraged by that and look forward in a hopefully optimistic way.
Well, God bless you for fighting the good fight.

The doxing of the pro-life Supreme Court justices.
Yeah.
Uh-huh.
What's the clip of the Minister of Truth you want?
It's on my Twitter feed.
She was at an event at a conference where she said the CRT... Do I know what you're talking about?
Yeah.
It's different information or whatever?
Yeah, it's the GOP or the Republicans and other disinformers is what she said.
That's what I think.
Other disinformers.
How recently is it on your Twitter feed?
2 a.m.
2 a.m.
Oh, today?
All right.
Wednesday, all right.
But you'll find it if you just Google it.
All right.
Alright, and of course we still have a few more Mar-a-Lago pictures to show.
Yes, we'll do that with Matt right now.
Nice.
Oh, and he's phoned.
Yeah, he's phoned today.
We've got Israel here.
Israel.
Five-five.
Okie dokes.
Somebody just sent me a superb cartoon.
I'm going to send it to you.
We've got to put it on a... It's so good.
A political cartoon?
Yes.
Oh my gosh.
It appeals to the libertarian, the conservative, and the strategist.
Even VDH would love this.
How do I send this email?
I wish.
Yeah.
Matt's up, by the way.
Yeah, you can talk to him.
Matt!
Is he hanging out with the man?
Are you hanging out with the boss?
I wish.
I wish.
I think he's a little busy this week.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, I mean, he's too busy winning for some time.
What do you mean?
22 for 22?
You call that winning?
What's the overall?
55-0.
That's for Texas, Ohio, and Indiana so far.
That's crazy.
55. That's for Texas, Ohio and Indiana so far.
That's crazy.
So good.
55 and oh, I don't know like a professional team that has ever done that kind of a record.
Geoff can tell us.
Geoff, has there ever been a team that's done 55-0?
Maybe like UCONN's Women's Basketball?
But I know Steve Schmidt, the Lincoln Project guy, has won for 7 in campaigns.
He is?
It's either 1-6 or 1-7.
You mean the guy that worked for... what's his face?
McCain, right?
Yeah, the only one he won was Arnold Schwarzenegger's, I think.
Oh, that reminds me too.
I know.
Alright, we'll talk about the event.
Did you get to watch the whole movie, Matt?
I've watched it before, so I didn't stay the whole time, but I ended up kinda... But I've seen the whole movie.
announcing it and saying they support Roe v. Wade.
I'm like, remind me again how you guys are the real conservatives here.
Trump's the problem with conservatism.
What's next?
Are they going to come out against the Second Amendment?
I know.
All right, we'll talk about the event.
Did you get to watch the whole movie, Matt?
I've watched it before, so I didn't say the whole time.
But I ended up kind of – but I've seen the whole movie.
Calm down.
We'll talk about that.
What else do you want to talk about?
Whatever else you want.
Okay, cool.
What else do you want to talk about?

Eric, let's put up the photograph of that amazing ballroom at Mar-a-Lago where we had the premiere of 2000 Mules with President Trump sitting there in the front row.
700 MAGA celebrities were there.
Larry Elder, Dennis Prager, the whole Salem team and myself and somebody else who was there My gosh, it was a blast.
It always is.
face for a quote is the one and only washington bureau chief of breitbart.com matt boyle did you have a fun evening at mar-a-lago my gosh it was a blast it always is whenever i go to mar-a-lago it always seems like it's a bigger and better time than the last time i was there and it was it was the universe of maga wasn't it yeah the maga universe is stronger than ever by the way
I mean, it can't be understated that this happened the day after President Trump went 22-0 in Ohio and Indiana.
Say that again.
Say that again.
some of these endorsements are uncontested races.
Don't get me wrong, right?
Say that again.
Say that again.
Some of these endorsements are what?
Some of these endorsements are uncontested races or they're incumbent members, but a lot of these endorsements aren't.
And so the media tries to ignore this whole phenomenon of Trump being perfect with his endorsements so far in this cycle.
But the fact of the matter is that it is pretty clear.
I mean, look, the Senate race in Ohio, President Trump endorsed J.D. Vance.
J.D. Vance was no sure thing until Trump adored him.
Yes.
And the donor class rushed in to try to stop him after the endorsement.
I mean, they spent $7 million more trying to stop J.D. Vance after Trump endorsed him.
All right, so we're going to discuss what all of this means.
We've got a completely full call board, guys.
Don't go anywhere.
Judy, Antoinette, Brent, Phil, and John will get to you.
But it's not 22-0.
What's the record to date since he left the office?
So this cycle is 55-0.
55-0 in 2022.
That's stunning.
Yeah, and that's 33 races in Texas and then 22 races across Ohio and Indiana.
And by the way, he's got several more coming up.
Now look, here's the deal.
Do I expect President Trump is going to be 100% all the way through when 2022 is over?
Could be.
Maybe.
Could be.
Could be.
But even if he isn't, even if some of these races don't go his way, what we've seen in the past is when people do beat a Trump-endorsed candidate, usually the other person is more pro-Trump than the person that he endorsed, right?
Like, so a good example of that is in North Carolina, right?
Like when Madison Cawthorn actually beat a pro-Trump candidate there.
And so this is the Trump phenomenon here.
The America First vision for the Republican Party is stronger than ever.
And it is the pathway forward to victory for Republicans.
All right.
Let's talk about not just the primaries, but the reason that we were at Mar-a-Lago with the president.
And he sat there in the front row, watched the whole movie with all of us there in the ballroom is Dinesh's movie.
You've got to see it, 2000mules.com.
You've We've got to see this empirical evidence for how they stole the election, 2000mules.com.
You've seen the movie, Matt.
Give us your sense of how it could be consequential for those people who are in the middle, who aren't die-hard members of the left or right tribe, and who are going to see the evidence that Dinesh garnered from the geolocation of the Mules phones, the ballot harvesters, and the CCTV camera footage.
How consequential a movie could this be?
Yeah, well, look, I mean, this geolocation data that the Truth and Vote folks gathered, it is undeniable that these cell phones were in the proximity of these ballot boxes, like right next to them, as many times as they were.
And then you've got surveillance footage in many of these different places that shows people on the camera putting multiple ballots into the boxes.
Now, in the state of Georgia, It is not a family member's ballot that you were dropping off.
It's illegal.
It is illegal, right?
Now, in many other states around the country, it's also illegal.
But in every state in the country, if you're doing it for money, if you're taking somebody else other than a family member's ballot to the box, that's illegal.
This is a massively important point.
Let me just stress this.
So even in states where ballot harvesting or ballot collection is legal, like California, it is a crime in every state To pay people to collect them or to pay people for their votes.
And we have evidence of thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of felonies.
That's the point of 2000 Mules.
Okay Matt, everybody has to watch it, 2000mules.com.
Last topic we've got to hit upon before we lose you.
The leak from the Supreme Court.
We've been talking here every day prior to the show that this wasn't smart tactically for the left because if they'd waited till the June decision it would have created more uproar in the radical base.
Now they have to keep the pro-abortion momentum going for an extra month plus.
So how do you look at the political consequences of this outrageous leak?
Well, first off, I mean, I don't think they really have much momentum, do they?
Right?
Like, I mean, look, they had a few snowflakes outside the Supreme Court, but other than that, like, the hard radical left in favor of abortion has weakened significantly over the 50 years since Roe v. Wade became the law of the land back in the 1970s.
And so, like, it seems like the left is a lot weaker on this and the right is a lot stronger.
The pro-life side is winning the argument.
They have been for a long time, and it's because they're happy warriors, right?
They're going out there.
They're good, decent, honest people.
I saw a pro-life person outside the Supreme Court.
There was one dude out there playing the guitar, right?
Like, no, it was a very contrasting, serious contrasting image to the radical lefties screaming all sorts of crazy things.
So without that all being said, I think that, first off, whoever leaked this clearly committed a crime.
Hopefully it will be discovered and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and despised for the rest of their life.
We had a story about this.
One of our attorneys, John Carney, our economics editor, did a big article the other day about the various U.S.
codes that may have been violated in this case.
Hopefully that is in this case the leak.
Hopefully the FBI and the We're out of time.
We've got to get you back, Eric.
Find that article from John Carney.
Let's put it on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
We have somebody in studio in the next hour who thinks he knows who the leaker is.
In the meantime, follow Matt at Breitbart.com.
This is America First.
America First.
Okay, mics on.
Okay, comms up.
Boyle.
Okay, Mike's on.
Boyle.
The SCOTUS leak.
Oh, they miscalculated with the SCOTUS leak.
Mm-hmm.
And And yes, women's basketball at the University of Connecticut won 111 straight games.
Oh, he had to go there and find it out.
111 straight games.
They were a powerhouse.
I think they lost this year.
This year or last year.
Don't justices have security details though?
No.
They have a driver, and if there's a heightened threat, they can have it, but they don't regularly have security details.
The Chief Justice does.
Of course.
Alright, here's my Alito document.
With a little bit of red marking everywhere.
It's such an amazing document.
Blows Roe and Casey totally out of the water.
That's so beautiful.
Incredible.
I'm surprised it's Alito who wrote it and not Thomas.
I thought for sure he'd be the one.
There is a... Yeah, I don't know.
Alito's cool, but can you imagine if Thomas had written the... Imagine if he was the one who wrote the decision striking down Rowe.
That'd be beautiful.
All right.
Did I give you titles for A?
Blackburn?
Yes.
Oh, and titles for... Gray.
Something about the FBI?
I received death threats from the FBI.
Got it.
Received death threats from the FBI.
And then former FBI agent Steve Gray.
Uh-huh.
I'm excited to see this political cartoon.
Yeah, um, hang on, I can get it real quick.
You, I wanna... I have it, just give me a minute.
I wanna use it with, um, who've we got?
Do you wanna see what it looks like?
Yeah, show me, show me the way it looks.
I wanna use it with Waller.
Yes.
Oh, look at that.
Great, great.
So good.
I know that's obviously meant to be critical of them, but I think it's awesome.
I think it's great.
Alright, you can come back to him.
That's great.
Cause free speech is bad.
That's bad, yeah.
I remember when I was in college and the crazy leftists who just hated free speech unequivocally, they were all on the hate speech thing, their slang for free speech was a peach frozen in ice and they would call it freeze peach.
They thought they were so clever with that.
They need to get girlfriends.
As do all of the male anti-abortion or pro-abortion protesters at the Supreme Court.
You can tell, there's one reason why they're all there.
One reason alone.
They're either gay, or... Or a little desperate.
Yep.
Yep, yep, yep.
30 seconds.
Alright, I'm gonna read three, just two parts of this, and then... Okay.
Is Geoff there?
Geoff's here.
We're all here.
I've got 25.
Tell me if this is... Oh, no.
I'll do it in the next break.
Alright, and take it, Jay.
Oh, is there something that I can, uh, comment?
Oh!
Cut it!
Bye-bye.
Bye-bye.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
Thank you.
Well, we say, how dare they?
How dare they tell a woman what she can do and cannot do with her own body?
How dare they?
How dare they try to stop her from determining her own future?
How dare they try to deny women their rights?
She doesn't improve when she shouts, does she?
It doesn't really get any better with the cackler.
Control your body?
I'm just curious, Kamala, how many arms and legs do women have?
Because if you've got four of each, guess what?
It's not your body in that womb, okay?
It's very simple math.
Maybe you know the difference between four and eight when it comes to your limbs.
Okay guys, as I said on the way to Mar-a-Lago and finishing early today, I read the whole 70-page Justice Alito decision document, which isn't a decision document.
It's their ruling, okay?
If they halter this row V Wade and Casey is gone.
It's toast.
I'm going to do a video on the most important parts of this separately because it's so amazing.
But let me just read two things to you to give you the import of this document which is a tour de force.
It is a complete tour d'horizon, a review of American and British legal history with regards to abortion.
First thing.
In sum, this is page 19, Although common law authorities differed on the severity of punishment for abortions committed at different points in pregnancy, none endorsed the practice.
Moreover, we are aware of no common law case or authority, and the parties to Roe have not pointed to any That remotely suggests a positive right to procure an abortion at any stage of pregnancy.
There is no, no precedence, no argument, no case, no authority.
Historically.
And then, this is from the penultimate page.
Guys, keep praying, but if this sentence holds until June, we're good.
We therefore hold that the Constitution does not confer a right to abortion.
Roe and Casey must be overruled and the authority to regulate abortion must be returned to the people and their elected representatives.
Which means the States, which is as it should be, because we're a Republic of States.
Amazing, glorious stuff.
Okay, let's go to your calls.
First, fastest on the trigger.
It's Judy from Brooklyn.
Hello, listen, I was thinking, first of all, I'm very confused.
I need you to straighten me out a little bit.
I want to talk about the laws on this whole thing.
I'm not talking about the morality.
No, stop it!
Stop it!
No, no, stop it!
Stop it!
No, we don't go there.
We don't go there.
Lots of things, we're a country of 340 million people.
Lots of things happen at the same time, okay?
And just because it happened when the film was released, doesn't stop the film being released.
So, you know, we went to Mar-a-Lago yesterday.
So, no, no, no, no, no.
Carry on.
Next topic.
Next topic.
Alright, next topic, next topic.
This abortion issue is a political democratic trap, in my opinion.
Republicans should simply say, let the Supreme Court decide, because they're trapping us into this whole crazy argument, and making it into, like, who knows what, where they want to hang their head on this, and you know that.
But let me ask you, I'm a little confused regarding the laws, okay?
When a person shoots a pregnant woman, It's murder.
It's homicide if it's willful.
It's not manslaughter.
Manslaughter if it's unintentional.
It's actually homicide.
it's murder, it's homicide if it's willful.
It's not manslaughter, manslaughter if it's unintentional.
It's actually homicide, it's double homicide. - Double homicide, double murder.
Yet, when people like this Democratic Tim Ryan of Ohio, or this other guy, Democrat Governor from Virginia, when they argue that the unborn child is allowed to be aborted as late as full nine months, or even after birth, which is infanticide, how do those laws... I mean, there's a bit of confusion here.
You listen to Tim Ryan.
He was interviewed with Brett Baer, I think it was, and he's talking regarding the laws.
So, here the law is this way and here the law is that way.
Could you straighten this out for me, Dr. Gorkas?
No, I can't straighten it out for you because I'm not a lawyer, but I can read for you exactly the historic precedence and case law that deals with this from Alito's document, which is stunning, going back to the 16th, the 17th, the 18th century, where they said if somebody tried to abort a child back then, If the mother died they were charged with murder.
That is British law.
That is American law.
Until the 1970s.
So your question is exactly the right question.
But stay tuned.
We're going to post it on Rumble.
We're going to post it everywhere.
This decision is too important not for people to know what's in it.
And I know people are busy but I'm going to read it for you.
Okay guys and now that the DHS has created a department designed to Decide what the truth is that you're allowed to hear.

Okay.
Mike's back on.
Is it good to record again?
Or the card?
2,700.
I know, but the red button isn't lit up.
Oh, there it is.
Okay, thank you.
Yeah, so that takes a while.
Okay.
Okay, oaks.
So a couple more pictures of Mar-a-Lago we didn't show.
The two of you, you giving the interview, and then Katie and Trump.
While I'm talking about what I'm doing, 2,000 mules right now, the read, just cycle through it.
Cycle through them.
You got it.
And then, haven't you got the poster as well, or the trailer?
I have the footage from the trailer, yeah.
As B-roll.
That's what we usually play, but yeah, in this case, I can show the pictures from the premiere.
You can stick with a box of him with the B-roll.
Oh wait, I'm sorry, say that again?
Yes.
Yes, yes, yes, that makes sense.
Got it, thank you.
Thank you.
100 seconds. 70 seconds.
That's okay, yes.
So did you see the evidence, with speculation as to the leaker, the evidence for the Sotomayor clerk, the Indian guy?
No.
Okay, because the thread Chamberlain gave for this woman seems a little more conclusive.
Oh, it's so much.
Yeah, yeah.
But if there's a runner-up, I would say it's this guy.
Amit Jain is his name.
A-M-I-T-J-A-I-N.
Again, clerks for Sotomayor protested Kavanaugh's confirmation and appeared to have a piece written by the same guy.
Lots of possible suspects.
Imagine being the person who didn't leak it, but getting under a microscope like that.
Standby.
We're doing 2,000 here.
Oh, there he there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard.
Good.
Thank you, Mr. President.
So superb to see him yesterday, especially having Katie there with me.
We were supposed to be there, get promo shots for Dinesh's film with the Salem colleagues.
And I said, Mr. President, my wife, you know, who worked for you at DHS, she's here.
And he shouted over the photographers, hey, come on, Katie, get her down here.
And look at that.
Look at that.
I think she's happy as much as he's happy.
Love that photograph.
The two... What did you say, Eric?
The two bosses.
Yes, indeed.
My two bosses, Katie and the President.
And they're on the red carpet for a little bit of a publicity shot.
Guys, it's not just about me having fun with the President.
It's about the truth.
It's about the evidence for the theft of the election.
Yes, slam dunk evidence.
This movie is so incredible.
I have a stake in it.
I put my money on the line here because we need to stop it happening again.
Please.
The argument is done.
When they say there's no evidence, at least 400,000 illegally harvested ballots, you've got to see the movie right now.
You've got to go to SalemNow.com and stream, book the movie 2,000 Mules.
That's SalemNow.com, SalemNow.com.
The argument It's over.
It's finished.
It's done.
Dinesh, Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips.
It's all there.
Watch the movie.
Book a cinema.
Buy the DVD.
Show it to your friends.
It is that important.
Okay, your calls.
Is it Thursday?
It must be because Antoinette is on the line all the way from sunny California.
Line two.
Hi, Dr. G. What a crazy, crazy week.
I mean, is the month over?
There's just so much going on.
So this is so funny.
So who was it?
I think it was Eric who said, yeah, we thought the big news of the week would be the front page smear story of the New York Times on Monday morning of Tucker Carlson.
That feels like a month ago, Antoinette.
Doesn't it?
So here's the deal.
I went and saw 2,000 Mules on Monday.
Monday night, coming out of the movies, and everybody has to go see it.
It's incontrovertible, like you say.
For you, as somebody who's seen the movie, it's fresh in your mind.
What was the most shocking thing about the evidence?
What aspect of it, Antoinette?
Watching these people stuff the mailboxes with all these ballots.
At like 3am in the morning.
Yes!
Oh, who's going to go vote for that nonsense?
But going back to this abortion scenario, Dr. Gorka, it's amazing.
I've been recognized by the left.
I'm a woman again!
Yes!
They really are so concerned.
Isn't that shocking?
But this is so weird that we're not allowed as men to talk about abortion, but we have the emoji now, you know, on the phone with the pregnant man.
If a man can have a baby, then don't I get an opinion, Antoinette?
Hell no, but the car rally that we had on Saturday was amazing.
Tell us.
And there were so many people.
Tell us.
I'm sorry.
Tell us.
Give us the details.
Yeah, it was fantastic.
You guys definitely need to get Pastor Larry D. Simone, considering what the deal with the abortion and the fetal parts of babies.
He's top on it.
Here's the other thing, Dr. Gorka.
Coming, this thing of releasing the opinion, the draft, it's a distraction, and here's the deal.
Last night late, the Judicial Watch guys, they're going, the Democrats are going to try to codify Roe vs. Wade.
They're going to start it next week.
They're going to try to make it a federal law with stupid Susan Collins help and Lisa Murkowski.
Yeah, but I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
They could have done this since 1973 and there's no way that Joe Manchin is going to implode and commit political.
West Virginia, he's not going to commit political suicide.
They would like to.
And let them try.
Let them put their names on the record when we now know what abortion truly consists of.
Got to get to some more calls.
Any announcements for this weekend, Antoinette?
Yes.
Mother's Day, we're going to be at the Planned Parenthood 700 South Tustin Avenue from 11 in the morning till 1.
Because guess what?
The evildoers are going to be there doing abortions on Mother's Day.
We're going to be there.
Voice for the voiceless.
That's us.
Pray for us that we don't get attacked.
Saturday was an interesting thing.
Say it one more time, the address and the time.
700 South Tustin Avenue at the Tustin Orange Planned Parenthood this Sunday, 11 a.m.
to 1 p.m.
because it's Mother's Day.
They're going to be packed!
Thank you, Dr. G. God bless you.
Thank you so much.
Stay on the line.
Don't go anywhere.
I need that pastor's details.
Tell Jeff the name of that pastor you mentioned that we should get on the show.
Let's go to Phil in Philly.
Line four.
Hey, Dr. G. Just one quick point of order before I tell you what's happening here in Philly.
Yeah.
The last truth commission we had here in this country ended in 1776.
I don't know if anybody realizes that or not.
I like that, buddy.
I like that.
We got a big, big, big problem here in PA.
Oz can't even sit on the crossing guard commission because he can't get a security clearance because he voted for the president of Turkey in 2018.
That's not true.
You can get a security clearance if you voted in another election.
You have to surrender your passport.
I'm a dual citizen.
I still have my top-secret clearance.
You're not allowed to have an active passport from another citizen.
In the past, it was much tougher, Phil.
In the past, you had to actually renounce your other citizenship.
Now, you're just not allowed to have a passport.
But great question.
Next point.
Hey, Dr. G, real quick.
Kathy Barnett, she's running for the Senate also.
She shared something very personal on one of our morning shows here today.
At the age of 11, her mother was raped.
And she's a baby of a rape.
Her grandmother got that mother through that.
You know, I'm kind of, I'm not angry at her, of course, but Kathy was on the show two days ago, on my show, and I've known her for six, seven years since I was at Fox.
And then she tells that story in the debate.
I had no idea.
I mean, she's a veteran.
She's an amazing patriot.
And to have her mother, that story, raped, raped at 11, and the product of that is Kathy, that's how you know these people are sick.
And that's why the abortion industry Oh, what if the mother's raped?
What, in 0.3% of the instances?
And what, that means Kathy gets to be killed?
Thank you for raising that.
Let's find that video.
Let's post that video of Kathy in the debate with Oz.
Absolutely stunning.
God bless you, Phil.

relieffactor.com.
Okay, calms up.
Yes, calms up.
So what do you think that means, Jeff?
You can come back to him.
Do you think that's a ploy, or what?
Yes, it's a ploy to get every Republican on record.
What, that they don't like abortion?
Yeah.
And then what about Manchin?
That'll screw Manchin.
Well, Manchin and Sinema both said that they, once again, are against ending the filibuster.
So realistically, Republicans could just filibuster it, again.
Alright, you can block the lines.
Yeah.
I know you said the point before about why didn't Dems just pass a law to legalize abortion federally to begin with.
I think they were, obviously the left is known for being arrogant.
They were so arrogant they never thought Roe would be overturned.
And especially because a Supreme Court ruling is harder to get rid of than a federal law.
You can easily just elect a Republican Congress, Republican President, and they'll just repeal it.
I'm still in the camp they wanted it overturned.
And no one's happier than them.
They don't give you anything.
They're going to make you vote for it.
They're going to make you vote them in back again.
I'm going to use the Michael and Delphi photograph here.
The Michael and Delphi photo, yes.
Do you want the Heartland Financial Audio or anything like that?
No, I'm good.
Alright, awesome.
45 seconds.
Oh, and I'm going to want to talk to you, Jeff.
Okay.
Actually, no, we've got some calls.
We'll save that for A. So I've got the Lindell photo ready for my pillow read.
30 seconds.
Get ready here, JL.
Calm's down.
Standby.
Yep.
Thank you.
Dr. G is in the house on America First.
Guess who we saw as we were pulling into Mar-a-Lago, the whole Salem team, who was running in the opposite direction in a golf shirt, saying, hey, I gotta get my tuxedo on.
I was just hanging out with the president.
It's Mike Lindell.
Look, there he is at the window of the car.
He was on fine form yesterday.
Man, that guy is, he's like the Energizer bunny.
He's got as much energy as the president.
He is such a good guy.
Please, please, let's help him as he's in the crosshairs of the cancel culture fascists.
Go to mypillow.com.
Buy whatever you want.
Use my name.
Mike will give you up to 66% off.
That's how amazing he is.
They want to destroy him.
We can't let them do that.
You can call 800-829-8468.
They've got to buy one, get one offer right now.
800-829-8468.
829-8468, promo code GORKA.
Or go to mypillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A.
Let's go to your calls, John in Orlando.
Welcome to America First.
Dr. Gorka, calling you.
Listening on the answer on 950 in Orlando.
Excellent.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
I was commenting about the disinformation You know, they're trying to control what we know, so it really should be the Knowledge Governance Board.
Yes!
Yes, absolutely.
What you are allowed to know, John.
Yes, what you're allowed to know, and controlling what you know, too.
Yep, big go.
You know, the Knowledge Governance Board is the KGB.
No, totally.
That's it.
That's why, you know, there's one letter.
There's one letter they're missing.
Excellent.
Thank you, John.
Let's go to our good buddy Brent in Los Angeles.
Greetings.
Welcome home, Magnificent Gorka.
Thank you.
Oh my gosh, that might be a t-shirt.
Magnificent.
There'd have to be a little copyright at the bottom that says, Brent from California.
We'd have to say, oh, by the way, Doug Collins heard you did a great job, Congressman Collins.
Thank you for sitting in for me yesterday.
What brings you to our sunny shores today, my friend?
Well, I wanted to say that since Roe vs. Wade, the demonic dimensions of Democrat deaths have been on savagely stark display, especially for black America.
During the era of the Atlantic slave trade, approximately 1 million blacks were brutally enslaved in the United States by Democrats.
But since 1973, 19 million black babies, 19 million, have been barbarically extinguished.
70 million Americans in total.
And Democrat baby body counts exceed those of Mao, Stalin, or Hitler.
Yeah, let me just interject there because I saw a post and this goes exactly to what you said just now and I put it on my Instagram feed.
It's a quote from the great, the superb Dr. Ben Carlson, Secretary Carlson goes straight to your point.
If it's not a human being, Then why are you harvesting organs from it?
That's the truth about what they are doing.
And as that billboard in New York says, the most dangerous place for a black child is in its mother's womb.
God bless you.
Great to hear from you.
Magnificent.
You too, buddy.

Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
A lot of the discussion at Mar-a-Lago, in addition to Dinesh's amazing movie 2000 Mules, was about Elon Musk, of course.
As soon as you start talking about freedom of speech, social media, the future of President Trump on social media, he crops up.
And what are we finding right now?
The dark money is working, is trying to stop him and undermine him in his new position.
The breaking news this morning, I think I tweeted it out as soon as I saw it, Elon Musk will be taking over.
Not only as owner of Twitter, he'll be running the company as CEO.
And this cartoon, which I think is meant to be a dig... Oh, by the way, this is America First, I'm supposed to say that, and I'm Sebastian Gawker, former strategist to President Trump.
This cartoon is meant to be a dig.
Somebody DM'd it to me.
Thank you, the person who DM'd it to me.
For those who are listening solely on radio, You should watch us on Rumble as well.
It has Mr. Musk.
I don't think you should have to put the name Musk on his briefcase.
I think we can recognize him.
Pulling a wooden horse, which is of course a reference to the Trojan horse.
The Trojan horse is labeled free speech.
And inside the Trojan horse, it's not a bunch of Greek, Athenian special forces warriors.
It's President Trump!
Now, that's supposed to be an attack, but I think it's a superb, superb illustration.
It's not a Trojan horse.
He believes in freedom of speech, and that's why Media Matters and other 501c3 organizations funded by Soros are trying to sabotage Elon Musk already, and he's tweeted about it.
Eric, are you out there?
I am right here as always, Dr. G.
That cartoon.
It's supposed to be a dig, but it's good, isn't it?
I think it's awesome.
I love that in that cartoon you see President Trump, he's holding a phone in his hands.
Like, he'll already be back to three in the morning tweets as soon as he's back on.
Oh yes, those three in the morning tweets.
Okay, what's the latest news about us?
As Brent called us, the magnificent Americans.
MAGA-nificent.
Well, we're not just MAGA, we're ULTRA MAGA.
And we are now the target of people like the man who sadly bears the title President of the United States.
This is the latest he has to say about what?
How many of us are there?
74 million Americans.
Cut four!
Play cut!
What happens if you have a state change the law saying that children who are LGBTQ can't be in classrooms with other children?
Is that legit under the way the decision is written?
What are the next things that are going to be attacked?
Because this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that's existed in American history.
This MAGA crowd, he used the phrase ultra MAGA as well, this MAGA crowd is the most extreme in American history.
So that's weird.
He's pretty good at history.
John Jr., are you there?
I am here.
Trying to think, how many people have the MAGA crowd lynched in the last 10 years?
I'm gonna go with zero on that one.
And the Democrats, they did a lot of that, right?
I mean, the KKK was their organization.
Famously so.
So, I guess we're not the most extreme.
Oh, what else?
Oh, yes!
She died, didn't she just die?
That terrorist, that person who was affiliated with the Weather Underground.
Eric, are you there?
I'm here again, as always.
You're far too young, but you've heard of Bernadine Dorn, Bill Ayers, the Weather Underground?
Oh yeah, very infamous individuals.
Okay, how many bombs did ultra-MAGA extremists detonate at the State Department and the Pentagon like the weather underground did?
I think negative 13.
Negative.
You're so cheeky.
You're a cheeky chappy.
You're definitely ultra MAGA.
This is the definition of gaslighting, but it's not just a senile old man in the White House.
It's a former Republican congressman.
This still blows my mind when I say that.
Joe Scarborough, who talks about the MAGA freaks.
Cut three.
But we need to look.
The type of candidates that Jen Psaki and the White House are talking about, we need to look at what's before us and how extreme these Washington politicians, these MAGA Washington freaks are.
Mr. G, are you there?
Are you a MAGA freak?
Are you ultra-mega or mega-freak?
Or just mega-nificent?
I'll take it all, I like it.
I always liked the term far-right, too.
I always thought it was funny.
Do you embrace far-right?
Sure, what does it even mean, far-right?
I love it.
There's no such thing as far-left, but supposedly there's just a far-right.
Right, right.
When I turn up in Media Matters or in the mainstream media, what do they say?
They say right-wing or far-right radio host, right?
Everybody they put far-right.
I don't know why they say that.
Every Republican is far-right.
Who do they call far-left?
I don't, I'm trying to think, I don't think anything.
I know Far Left doesn't exist on Wikipedia.
At least it didn't at one point.
Alright, so here's the question.
We've been going back and forth with Randy all day.
I think I was on the flight back when I was texting you and him.
This is our merch master.
What is the next t-shirt?
I think it's gonna be, because people, I don't know if it's gonna, you kind of, You had a quizzical air, you know, you raised a little Roger Moore eyebrow in the pre-show meeting when I said we've got to have an Ultra MAGA t-shirt.
You don't think that's going to stick?
You think that's going to disappear after a day?
I'm not sure what the Democrats are going to keep up.
They're going to do something.
It's going to be something with a MAGA, the Freak maybe, Ultra MAGA.
Something that they're going to keep, I think, hammering up until now, until the midterms.
There's going to be something.
But I'm not sure exactly what it's going to be.
It's going to be something with MAGA.
But if you, if you as the producer of this show, best guy out there producing radio, if you embrace Far Right, what do you think our listeners would embrace?
MAGA Freak is pretty good.
I like MAGA Freak.
I think I actually just wrote it down.
I think I wrote it down before I asked you, so I think I beat you there.
But MAGA Freak, MAGA Freak is the way to go.
But we will consult with Randy, our merch master.
I didn't even mention in the last hour how remiss of me, guys.
You've got to check out the store.
We've got new products every single week.
Everything made in America.
America First, MAGA, Let's Go Brandon, my books, everything.
Just go to SebGorkerStore.com.
Treat yourself and just do one thing.
Get one of the t-shirts with the president's face.
If you're woke, you're a loser.
And one of the yard signs.
It says Let's Go Brandon.
Just put it in your yard.
Have some fun with that neighbor who votes Democrat.
sebgorkestore.com that's s-e-b-g-o-r-k-a sebgorkestore.com.
Last guy I want to play with you I think I can squeeze it in this segment.
Miles Taylor who was Mr Anonymous who we kind of forgot that he ever existed and now I don't I think he wants one of those Awards.
What was the award that Cuomo got?
A Grammy, an Emmy, whatever it was.
He wants to get an award for being the best snowflaked actor or actress out there.
Miles Taylor, traitorous, seditionist from the Department of Homeland Security during the Trump administration on MSNBC.
He's having a rough day.
Cut six.
If I had quit the Bush administration, where I started my career, I worked in Dick Cheney's office, if I had quit and said Bush and Cheney were bad, which I didn't believe, but if I had quit in protest, they would have quarreled with me.
Instead, defecting from the Republican Party and fighting MAGA, they don't just want to quarrel with me, they want to kill me.
Okay?
Because I'm going out there and saying the Republican Party, my party, has been corrupted, they want to kill me.
And that's not hyperbole.
We receive death threats.
Oh, you do, really?
That's not hyperbole.
They want to kill me.
I'll say it one more time.
Somebody might believe me.
On MSNBC, they want to kill me.
Eric, didn't he start a political party with those Never Trumpers?
Whatever happened to that?
Um, I think they performed even worse than Kanye's birthday party in 2020.
Alright, here is what the left really like.
This is from Ian Milestrong, just reposted this.
There's somebody, I looked it up, it's a real account, Simon Gwynne.
He's got a, uh, he's verified on Twitter, and he's got the Ukrainian flag in his bio, I don't know why.
Just pay attention, this is the left.
Forget Miles Taylor, he's a sad little coward of a man.
Interesting real-life trolley problem in America now.
I have no idea what a trolley problem is.
I plead ignorance.
If you had the chance to kill Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, the two oldest right-wing Supreme Court judges, they're called justices you cretin, should you do it while Biden can get his nominees to replace them confirmed?
Wow.
They still want to kill black Americans.
It's incredible.
Next tweet from Simon Gwin.
He's deleted this tweet since then.
Why did you delete this, Simon?
It's interesting as an abstract question, but becomes a real conundrum if, say, you're terminally ill and have little to lose yourself, but know that it could save many women's lives.
So he's saying if you're out there and you've got cancer, Why don't you go ahead and kill Clarence Thomas, a black American, and Justice Alito, a justice from the Supreme Court?
My God, these people haven't changed.
They're just as sick and violent as they were when they were lynching black Americans.
Hunting down escaped slaves.
It's not a cult.
It's a band of psychopaths.
And that's why you need to get engaged.
We need to save America.
Yeah, Yeah, what's the trolley problem?
Oh!
Oh!
His account has disappeared!
In the last 20 minutes, his account just disappeared.
Oh, Simon Gwynne!
What happened?
Yes!
Yes!
Go ahead, John.
Oh, it's the guerrilla dilemma.
I did that in college.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Right.
Hey, hey!
Good.
Perfect guest.
Greetings.
Get comfortable.
You've done a mic check job.
Oh, crazy.
Like 700 mega people in a row.
Wow.
I mean, everybody, you know, from MTG, Lauren Bober, Matt Gaetz.
It was good.
Have you seen the movie?
Not yet.
Oh, you've got to see the movie.
I'm going to do a showing here in McLean, so we'll tell you.
I'll go to that one.
Yeah.
Good.
Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good.
Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good.
Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. Good. - Yes, I will.
I will.
This one or the next block.
This one or the next block.
Just test it and see.
Just play it.
You've got 40 seconds.
Just play it.
I'll save it for the next block.
Critical race theory has become one of those hot-button issues that the Republicans and other, you know, disinformers who are engaged in disinformation for profit, frankly.
There are plenty of, you know, media outlets that are making money off of this, too, have teased on.
And I live in Virginia and in Loudoun County, that's one of the areas where people have really tuned in on this topic.
I live in Virginia and in Loudoun County.
mules.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Are you going to join me and Dinesh D'Souza?
Yes, the director, the man behind 2000 Mules that we saw yesterday with the president in Mar-a-Lago.
He's coming with me, with his lovely wife, Debbie, to the Holy Land for our Stand With Israel tour.
Even if you've been to the Holy Land before, you haven't been with me and Dinesh, we're going to be right there standing on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, the Garden of Gethsemane.
Join us for the trip of a lifetime.
I'm not vaccinated.
I'm going.
You don't want to miss out.
Call today to reserve your seats 855-565-5519 or just go to StandWithIsraelTour.com.
That's 855-565-5519.
StandWithIsraelTour.com.
Join us.
You won't regret it.
So we have to talk about the new Ministry of Disinformation, the Ministry of Truth that the Department of Homeland Security, by the way, a law enforcement agency has created.
The individual they put in charge of it has some strange statements for somebody who's supposed to be fighting disinformation.
Cut Nijankovic.
Critical race theory has become one of those hot-button issues that the Republicans and other, you know, disinformers who are engaged in disinformation for profit, frankly.
There are plenty of, you know, media outlets that are making money off of this, too, have seized on.
And I live in Virginia, and in Loudoun County, that's one of the areas where people have really honed in on this topic.
She went on to say critical race theory is propagated by Republicans and other disinformers, which bodes well for her impartiality as the director of the Disinformation Governance Board.
I think we have somebody in studio who may have an opinion on that.
A master at understanding disinformation and how it's used against American national interests from the Center for Security Policy.
Mike Waller, welcome in studio.
Hey Seb, great to be here.
Well, great to have you here.
So you've written a book on how our enemy did this on the KGB.
You've actually met Vladimir Putin.
Just first, your first blush reaction to the idea that in America, that unlike anywhere else, has enshrined in its constitution the First Amendment for freedom of speech, that there is an agency that carries guns, that has badges, that now will decide what truth is and what disinformation is, Mike.
Yeah, and even worse than that, it's coordinating guidance among all our law enforcement agencies and domestic agencies responsible for fighting extremism.
So, it's even worse than it sounds.
Right, so talk to us about the precedence prior to this in the 1980s when disinformation from external enemies was a huge problem, especially the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact.
There was something that was connected to the State Department and the White House called the Active Measures Working Group.
You knew the people who were involved with that.
That was about countering external threats.
For example, when the Soviet Union said, oh, that thing AIDS, that was made by Americans to target black Americans, that organization was there to say, look, this is an enemy propaganda document and we can prove it.
Why is that very different from what we're hearing today with the Disinformation Governance Board?
Because that was a foreign policy instrument.
That was designed to show the rest of the world what the Soviets were doing with propaganda and disinformation aimed at discrediting us and our allies.
It was not aimed at the American public.
So even though you had Americans who were actively and many knowingly echoing the Soviet active measures and disinformation themes, it was not aimed at them.
They were not being monitored.
And then the individual they've chosen, talk to us about what you think of this individual who strangely has a nexus with Ukraine.
Why does everybody who's involved in controversial things with the Democrats have some kind of nexus with Ukraine, whether it's Hunter Biden or this woman?
That's the weird thing about all of this.
It all goes back to the old Poroshenko government in Ukraine.
Yes.
Where so many people were making so much money on the American side with that regime.
Right.
And she was advising them.
Advising the Ukrainian government.
As an American citizen.
Yeah.
on disinformation.
So she was, okay, figure, okay, a Biden appointee is going to be liberal.
That's fine.
Because in fighting disinformation, the real professionals, your politics doesn't matter.
You just have to be objective and fair in how you evaluate.
But looking at her writings over the years, academic writings, testimony in Congress, and her public statements.
And her songs.
She's a kook.
Yeah, no, she's a kook.
So here's the practical question.
As a taxpayer, but as somebody who has actually fought disinformation and communists in your past career, - Yeah.
I'm curious, and maybe I've got rose-tinted spectacles here, Mike.
I think this woman's career trajectory, it's like a banana.
It's going to get brown very quickly.
She's in trouble.
Do you think they can help?
Every day there's another video of her saying something that's biased, scurrilous, politically attacking conservatives.
Does this regime care?
Can she stay in that position as the director of this board?
What do you think?
I think she's fine.
Really?
Because it's not an intelligence analytical board.
The Department of Homeland Security has an intelligence and analysis unit where something like this should go, if we were to have it at all.
This is in the policy shop.
It's in the political element of DHS where they invent policy and they develop it and they develop guidance to the agencies.
So, it's not a real analytical shop.
It's, as Majorca said on CNN last Sunday, it is to coordinate with other agencies and tell them what to do.
Well, let's listen.
That's a perfect timing.
We actually have Rand Paul on Capitol Hill with the Secretary of Homeland Security Majorca.
Well, just being Rand Paul.
Play cut.
Think of all the debates and disputes we've had over the last 50 years in our country.
We work them out by debating them.
We don't work them out by the government being the arbiter.
I don't want you to guard rails.
I want you to have nothing to do with speech.
You think we can't determine, you know, speech by traffickers is disinformation?
You think the American people are so stupid they need you to tell them what the truth is?
You can't even admit what the truth is with a Steele dossier.
I don't trust government to figure out what the truth is.
So the point there is, if you can't decide after four years that the Steele dossier is a Russian propaganda tool that was paid for by Clinton, what job do you have deciding what's truth?
Right.
I mean, that's a good point.
It's a perfect point, and it's showing that the job is not to fight foreign disinformation.
If you look at the different websites at the Department of Homeland Security, they took out the foreign in disinformation, and now it's disinformation and bad actors in general.
It's not foreign spy services, foreign propaganda agencies.
And in her writings, this is why she fits in and why I think the Biden regime is going to keep her.
She said in her academic writings, she's fighting domestic disinformation.
Right.
So, as somebody who's fought it in terms of internationally sourced disinformation, how worried are you, Mike?
Well, I'm worried about it because it sets a precedent that will stay.
I don't think the Republicans will fight it too hard.
They won't try and use this to stop funding to DHS in some way?
I doubt it.
I mean, look at what they've done so far.
They haven't really done that much.
So, we're stuck with this Ministry for Truth?
No, that can be disbanded because it's not by statute and it can be defunded at some point.
But I think what the Biden administration did was they moved the Overton window over a bit.
So now it's okay to have a disinformation shop within Department of Homeland Security redefining disinformation, not as a KGB term of tradecraft.
Which is what it was.
It's not an English word.
We're going to talk about where that term came into popular use next.
He's Mike Wallace, Center for Security Policy.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
wherever you are, whatever you're doing, don't touch that dial.
Yeah, mics are hot in the rain.
So let's talk about your professor.
Oh, and then, um, I wanted the other cut of Jankowicz.
Uh, yes, cut 9, the one where she's, uh... Right, that's what I called for, so... Sorry, I mean, yeah, wrong one.
So, yeah, we can use that one this segment.
All right, so what have we got coming in?
We've got merch, um... Relief.
Come in with nine.
Come in with nine.
Okay.
Yeah, merch and relief here.
Okay.
I think I did merch this hour, didn't I?
What graphic?
Did I do merch this hour?
You did it at the end of AA.
Yeah, so we'll just go straight in with that cut.
Oh, and have you got Mike's book?
I mentioned it, it didn't go up on the screen.
Yeah, I do have the cover, sorry.
You moved on fairly quickly from mentioning it, so I've got it here.
Uh, let me pull it up.
It's almost 30 years old.
Uh, yes, Expression 2, you can show it.
That, yeah.
You're right, Secret Empire.
Got it, Secret Empire.
I can remove the Chiron when we do that, so.
Okay, we can cut back to that jail.
Joe.
Two and a half minutes. - What was, how did you meet Putin?
Oh, I met him when he was Deputy Mayor of St.
Petersburg.
So you were in St.
Petersburg?
Yeah.
Didn't know who he was then.
He was just another name.
But you could tell he was Siloviki.
Yeah.
I wouldn't shake hands with him.
I just didn't like the looks of him.
But I got along fine with a lot of other Siloviki.
That's like when I was in the White House and I was instructed to talk to Michael Wolff about his book and he was there in the Chief of Staff's office and I walked in and I looked at him and I said, no, and I'm not even shaking your hand.
You know, we can just, you can just tell people are just slimeballs and they're under false pretenses like, no, thank you, Michael.
Catch you later.
Yeah.
Yeah, he was just a shifty, low-end guy.
Not Wolf, Putin.
But you can tell.
And I think Putin has such a chip, it's so obvious he's got a chip.
Right.
There's some real issue there.
They say he got into trouble with some gangs when he was young.
We did a psychosexual profile of him.
Interviewed people who knew him as a teenager and he was a member of a predator homosexual street gang.
There's stories about him being homosexual.
Yeah.
And that's why he was not admitted into the first chief directorate as a foreign intelligence officer.
Because he studied English and German and law to become a foreign spy.
They said, no, but you'll make a great internal security officer.
So he gets posted to Dresden.
Yeah.
To repress people.
His nickname was Stasi.
So we're coming in with cut nine after the liner.
30 seconds.
Coming in with cut nine.
Relief at the bottom.
25 seconds.
Standby.
Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. - Portions
of America first are brought to you in part by "Stand with Israel Tour."
Talking about the deep state and things like that, which is a thread among conspiracy communities here in the United States, that there is this secret cabal here in Washington working to undermine the American people.
It couldn't be farther from the truth as someone who works with and around public servants every day.
There's irony and then there's deep irony to have a woman on camera say there is no such thing as the deep state it's a conspiracy theory who then becomes the minister for truth in the disinformation governance board.
Mike Waller, Does irony even cut it when it comes to cuts like that?
There's no word for the craziness of all of this.
Right.
And you should know, I mean, this is the author of a seminal work, Secret Empire, inside the KGB, inside the KGB in Russia today, a man who's actually met Vladimir Putin.
Let's talk about the terms of art, the tradecraft, this word misinformation.
You have some history here, right?
Disinformation, misinformation.
Who popularized those here academically?
Disinformation was coined by the Soviet KGB.
It's not an English word.
It's not an English word.
Right.
It's an English translation of a Russian word that was invented by Stalin's old... Desinformatsia.
Desinformatsia.
Right.
In Stalin's time, as a way of... as an intelligence operation to plant false information in foreign countries to influence their thinking and their actions.
Because...
It's expensive to train spies.
It's dangerous to deploy spies, especially if they're deep cover legends not working under political diplomatic cover.
But if you can influence American policymakers, if you can convince somebody who's next to the president that Russia's good, Joe is a nice guy, there's no such thing as the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, agents of influence, or Stalin called the useful idiots, are much cheaper, aren't they, Mike?
They're cheaper and they're better, because all spies do is steal secrets.
Mainly, for the most part.
What agents of influence do?
So you're actually affecting policy.
You're not stealing secrets about policy that's already been born.
the president's chief of staff's emails to influence the president's chief of staff. - So you're actually affecting policy.
You're not stealing secrets about policy that's already been born.
You're actually changing policy.
- Right.
- Right, so we're-- - And you're determining personnel and all of these other things that go with it.
So given a conversation we had many years ago about, you know, can we save America?
What do you look, what is your We call it the SITREP in the British Army, the situational report of the last fifteen months.
Is this just the left doing its thing or are we at a qualitatively far worse place given recent developments such as the disinformation board?
We were already at this qualitatively bad position years ago.
The good thing is it's all out in the open now.
They're not hiding anymore.
We can look at them and Just repeat their words.
Show them up on the screen.
And so it's a good thing.
So now we have targets.
Because it's waking people up.
Yes, exactly.
And it's not just us saying it.
It's just us quoting them.
And the fact that they're doing it out in the open.
Have you made a decision?
Because I think it's a combination of a couple of things.
Is it arrogance that they're doing it openly now?
Saying we will decide what you're allowed to hear about and what the truth is?
Or do you think it's rather incompetence?
Because I look at Nina Jankowicz.
This is the person, truly, I wouldn't let walk my dog, okay?
You said she's weird, she's a flake, she's just...
So is it arrogance?
Is it ignorance?
Is it incompetence?
Or is the answer yes to all of those questions?
All of the above.
Okay.
As a result, what is the right response?
The right response is to keep exposing it, keep talking about it, keep attacking it.
Because what have they done in this case?
Disinformation Governance Board.
They're going to govern us with disinformation?
What are they governing on this?
And then to have somebody like this come in where she's a quack.
A lot of weird people study disinformation, and you have to be kind of weird, and weirdness is okay.
Is that necessary for the field, for the study of disinformation?
You've got to be a little bit weird?
Well, you've got to be a little on the spectrum or something, but that's okay, because you see things a different way.
Because she fell off the spectrum.
She's not on it.
She fell off.
But she's a lousy scholar.
She had a whole paper about Russian influence campaigns on American social media.
They spent $80 on Facebook ads.
Really, it's in one of her scholarly papers.
She's making a big deal out of this, not even looking at the much larger picture and the real agents of influence. - But $430 million by Zuckerberg spent on the election, that's not the problem.
It's the $80 spent by the Russians.
Okay, you've got to check out the book.
It is "Secret Empire." He is Mike Waller, Michael Waller with the Center for Security Policy.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Next, we have a guest who may just have identified the leaker from the Supreme Court.
You don't want to miss that interview either.
This is the Salem Radio Network coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.

That's 800-500-8384. Reliefactor.com. Reliefactor.com.
Reliefactor.com.
Reliefactor.com.
Oh dear, dear.
I thought you were a normal individual.
Yep, mics are live.
You can go ahead and cut back to them.
Mics are hot.
Alright, alright.
Did you get that for his Chiron?
I'm sorry, no I did not.
What was it?
Senior Council, the Article 3 Project.
Senior Council, the Article 3 Project.
I have your tweet thread.
This is superb.
You got a mic check from Joan?
You've looked at the other person, right?
The Indian guy?
Yeah, a little bit.
I mean, this was...
Like, a tip, essentially.
Like, somebody had done some research on this person and, like, showed me some of it, and I was like, oh, okay.
So how much more did you have to do?
Um, you know, maybe a little bit.
I looked more into her, a little more into her background, and so some of the things, like the ACLU fellowship, and the, um, and the interactions between, uh, what's-his-name, Arnsdorf, and, uh, Josh Gerstein.
But, so.
Yeah, that's such a giveaway.
Well, and this woman's was Breyer, right?
Not Sotomayor?
Briar, yeah.
Briar.
Who's on his way out.
Correct.
50 seconds.
Okay, yeah, 50 seconds.
What have we got here?
Mules here for the reed.
Oh, no.
We've got, yeah, 2,000 mules for the reed and relief.
Relief again.
You've got it all up here, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, I can talk about it all.
Okay.
Forty seconds.
Not coming in with anything, I assume?
No.
Okay.
We can come out in the tracking shot, right, J.L.?
Just use some photographs of Mar-a-Lago and then the trailer.
And then the footage, yes.
Yes, yes, yes.
Will do.
20 seconds comes down. 20 seconds
comes down.
America First.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
30-year mortgages have just spiked to 5.27 percent.
That is a record that goes back to 2009.
More breaking news.
I'm sure you're super excited about this one.
The Attorney General of the United States, Merrick Garland, who thinks parents should be investigated by the FBI if they, well, they don't want their children sexualized at school.
Now, now he's announced the Department of Justice is creating An office for environmental justice.
Truly, these people are stupid.
I mean, in an election year, do it.
Make several of them.
Do one at the Department of Agriculture as well, and DOE as well.
Just do it.
Please.
Go ahead.
All right.
Whoopi Goldberg has something to say about the Supreme Court, so we should listen to her because she is a sagacious expert on the Constitution.
Cut ten!
I will tell you, this is my body, and nobody, you, you know, you got people telling me I gotta wear a mask or don't wear a mask or do this.
Everybody wants to tell me what to do, but you won't let me make my decision about my body.
You are not the person to make that decision.
My doctor and myself and my child, that's who makes the decision.
My child?
Myself, my doctor and my child makes a decision.
Are you pulling the pregnant, the baby inside the pregnant woman?
Because you know what?
Whoopee!
I think they probably don't want to be dismembered and vacuumed out of that womb.
All right, let's get to the real heart of the issue because I saw a threat today coming back from Mar-a-Lago.
We went to see the Premier with the President of 2,000 Mules.
Guys, you have to see it.
It is slam dunk evidence.
More than 400,000 illegally trafficked ballots.
It was a packed room.
700 people from the Magaverse.
You can watch it right now.
You can go to SalemNow.com.
They've told you for a year.
There's no evidence.
There is no evidence.
Well, Dinesh has got it.
TrueTheVote has got it.
You've got to go to SalemMedia.
SalemNow.com.
That's SalemNow.com.
Okay.
So, the Supreme Court.
Who leaked the decision?
There's somebody called Elizabeth Deutsch who works on the Supreme Court and the individual who did more journalism than the rest of the legacy media put together in the last 24 hours.
Will Chamberlain is in studio.
He is senior counsel for the Article 3 project.
Will, you've caused a bit of a stir with your Twitter thread.
Yeah, it seems like the entirety of blue-check liberal Twitter is not happy about it.
But, not happy is putting it mildly.
They're threatening you, your wife, and your child.
Oh yeah, oh yeah.
No, we've gotten plenty of threats.
Like, I don't want to belabor that because I think, you know, we're all... No, but look, but it just tells you who they are.
Right, right.
Okay, so I have this 20-page thread here.
Talk to us about who Elizabeth Deutsch is, what she's written about, and who she hangs out with.
Right, so Elizabeth Deutsch is a Supreme Court clerk, as in this year, working for Justice Breyer.
Who's leaving.
Yeah, who's leaving.
Her background is, honestly, like a lot of liberal lawkirks.
Yale Law, and then a couple of master's degrees in England, because that's what you do.
Well, you know, of course.
You've got to have a master's degree from England, or two.
Right, one or two.
So, you know, one from Cambridge, one from the London School of Economics.
The one from the London School of Economics.
Which is a hive of lefties.
Yes.
hive of lefties.
And a master's in gender from LSE, no less.
And then, so back to Yale Law, and that's when we start seeing some public writings from her, op-eds about contraception.
And then what she chose for her law school note was about how to use the non-discrimination mandate in Obamacare to try and force Catholic hospitals to perform abortions and give out What a lovely lady.
Yeah.
So to use a health care provision to attack the freedom of conscience of Catholic institutions yes yeah that was lovely that that was my reading of of that law written law school note maybe i'm overstating things but i'm sure pretty sure i i put it in a thread yeah her what her excerpt well you've collected a whole stack of of circumstantial evidence give us some of the other people she's associated with things that have since been deleted photographs
Right, so, I mean, the real question is, like, so who is the leaker?
And obviously, just as a disclaimer, we don't know who the leaker is, right?
Like, we are speculating.
There's probably five people in the country who know the leaker, the journalist, and maybe one or two people they've told, right?
So just get it out of that way.
Like, I'm not saying she is the leaker, but there's only... But I have to say, given there's another person who is a possible candidate, the evidence that you've collected here The others don't stack up in terms of the amount of evidence.
Right.
So the thing is, one, it's that her record is very specific in terms of almost everything she's done in her career since entering law school has been related to either abortion or reproductive rights or both.
Right.
Right.
Her law school note, her ACLU fellowship, her clerkship.
Her gender degree.
Her gender degree, you name it.
And then the second thing is she has actually a very close, relatively close personal connection to the journalist who broke the story, which is her husband wrote bylines with Josh Gerstein.
So this goes back to our last guest, Mike Waller.
You're trying to understand how these things are happening in America, this uber-radicalization.
And again and again I'm struck by the fact that these aren't Machiavellis.
These aren't the Kissingers of extremism.
I mean if I, as a conservative, had something big I wanted to leak and blow up, I wouldn't give it to Matt Boyle of Breitbart who's on my show every week.
It's just kind of like bad tradecraft.
But this person is connected through her husband to the person who broke the story in Politico?
Yeah, and I mean maybe... It's not very smart!
And that, you know, some people have said that's a reason it might be somebody else, right?
That like her tradecraft isn't that bad, but at the same time it's just like... Coincidence!
Coinc-a-dink!
I mean her motive, like of the clerks available, like no one has a record more focused on abortion.
With that connection?
With that connection.
And then she has that, like, really serious... I mean, Josh Gerstein attended her wedding.
I mean, there was a picture that was deleted, I think from Josh Dawsey's Twitter, of the whole Politico group, including Josh Gerstein, at the wedding.
When was that deleted, Will?
That was deleted after the thread that I... after my thread was published.
Why?
Why would you delete that?
If this isn't... if she isn't the one What would the reason be for deleting?
I mean, you're a lawyer.
Motivation?
What motivation?
Maybe the charitable explanation is they just didn't want it up to avoid harassment or something.
You mean the way that the Supreme Court justices are being harassed by having their home addresses doxxed?
Exactly.
The people who are accusing me of harassment, oddly enough, aren't even slightly concerned about the fact that the leak of this draft opinion has put the conservative justice's security in question.
I haven't mentioned it yet, guys, but we have Justice Alito who's had to cancel an official event because of security concerns.
We're going to continue with Will Chamberlain from the Article 3 Project Senior Counsel.
I'm Sebastian Walker.
This is America First coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.
Reliefactor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating.
Tens of thousands of Americans across the country, me included.
Yes, I had a low back pain issue.
They're playing me for nine years, almost a decade.
I took Relief Factor two weeks later.
I was pain-free and I'm still pain-free more than three years later.
After my knee surgery, I got off those awful narcotic painkillers they give you at the hospital.
After three days, I said, that's it.
I've had it doubled up on my natural Relief Factor dose and it worked a charm.
Find out for yourself.
There's only one way but it's super easy.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.

Will you kill the mics for a second?
Thank you.
Thank you. .
So each of my three books, the first chapter is about my dad, so, but this one will explain some of it.
Yeah.
I've got it.
30 seconds.
That's really cool.
My Pillow at the top.
Coming in with the My Pillow audio.
Yeah, that was one of those things where, like, I hear you say it and I'm like, okay.
Alright, get ready, JL.
Alright, coming in with Heartland Financial audio.
I read...
Stand by 20 seconds.
Stand by 20 seconds.
Not that the FBI is even sniffing and looking.
Yeah.
But what if somebody came in and said, you know what?
We are gonna Subpoena all his account records and this and that and then all of a sudden we make the news.
So it's more of a reputation risk.
Outrageous.
Senior Vice President of Heartland Financial shutting down nine of Mike Lindell's bank accounts.
Why?
Is he a criminal?
Is he a drug smuggler?
Bank robber?
No, he's a conservative.
Support this man.
They want to cancel him.
Go to mypillow.com.
Buy whatever you want.
Use my name.
Get up to 66% off from Mike.
They want to crush him, but we're not going to let him.
He was there yesterday with the President of Mar-a-Lago.
He's a good guy.
He deserves our support.
MyPillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A or call 800-829-8468.
We are back with senior counsel to the Article 3 Project, Will Chamberlain, who's... You gotta read it!
I'm gonna repost it at my Twitter feed.
This is the best, best analysis to date of who the likely, likely leaker is of the Supreme Court decision on Roe v. Wade, which I'm gonna... It's such an amazing decision.
I read it on the plane back from Mar-a-Lago.
I'm going to read it onto video, the main parts, because most Americans don't have the time.
You need to know what Alito did.
A couple of minutes left with Will.
I need your big picture analysis as somebody who was at human events, who gets the MAGA, America First movement.
Have they overplayed their hand?
If you look at the last 15 months, if you look at critical race theory, open borders, transgender, woke Disney, releasing this, doing something that hasn't been done in a hundred years, releasing a Supreme Court document, have they overdone it in a way which is good for the good guys like us?
Yeah, I would say so.
I mean, they're both, you know, wildly focused on things that are super unpopular, dragged by the left of their party.
And then they've also just got massive economic problems that they have no answer to, right?
I think, you know, you can't... When people notice that there's not, like, chicken at the stores, or that gas prices are way high, like, there's no speed you can put on that.
Lumber's gone up 500%.
When does this get solved?
- I remember when, exactly, and when they were trying to say, "Oh, actually, the economy's doing good." It's like, "I can't buy chicken at the grocery store this week." Like, "No, it's not, actually." I know. - So, here's the question.
When does this get solved?
Does there have to be such a trouncing at the midterms that, because I don't see any solution until there's an internal crisis of identity in the Democrat Party, where somebody rational comes along and says, "You're a bunch of crazies." Yeah, no, I look at it kind of like what happened to labor in England in the 80s, right?
Under Thatcher, right?
It's essentially Going from Michael Foote to Kinnick.
Bingo, right?
They got beat in, like, two or three consecutive elections badly, and that led to the rise of Blair, who was not traditional labor at all.
And so I think that that's how this sort of contested moment between, like, the nationalists and the kind of neoliberal types gets resolved, is somebody wins a number of elections and essentially forces the other party to radically change.
Guys, that's only going to happen if you pull your finger out.
Come on.
I've said it before, I'm saying it again.
If my wife, if my wife can run for local office, then you sure can run for local office.
It's up to us.
We've got to flood the zone with MAGA candidates.
Follow him right now.
Will Chamberlain.
L-A-I-N at the end.
Read his tweets, the thread.
Will Chamberlain back with Commissioner Mark Morgan.
Nope.
Thank you.
...to process aliens faster and encourage more to come.
We know that to be true.
I know it's true.
You know it's true.
Cartels know it's true.
And people around the world know it's true.
And that's why people are coming.
That is false.
It's not false.
Yes, it is.
The entirety of your plan says that.
The Secure Fence Act of 2006 says what?
that the Secretary of Homeland Security shall take all actions the Secretary determines necessary to achieve and maintain operational control over the entire international land and maritime borders.
Will you testify under oath right now?
Do we have operational control, yes or no?
Yes, we do.
We have operational control of the borders.
Yes, we do.
And, Congressman, we are working to— Listen to what operational control defined.
In this section, the term operational control means the prevention of all unlawful entries into the United States, including entries by terrorists, other unlawful aliens, instruments of terrorism, narcotics, and other contraband.
Do you stand by on your testimony that we have operational control in light of this definition?
I do.
And, Congressman, I think the Secretary of Homeland Security would have said the same thing in 2020 and in 2019.
It's that smirk at the end that tells you everything you need to know.
Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First one-on-one with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Trump and member of the Defense Department's National Security Education Board.
That was the individual responsible for your security, for the homeland security of this nation.
Alejandro Mayorkas, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, being asked by Congressman Chip Roy a very seemingly technical question, but I think you get the gist.
Do you, the man who has the responsibility, have operational control of the border?
And Mayorkas said yes.
I know somebody who thinks Very differently on the topic, served honorably this nation in multiple facilities in and out of uniform, including Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection in the Trump administration.
He's in studio, none other than the Heritage Foundation's and FAIR's Commissioner, Mark Morgan.
Mark, welcome in studio.
Thanks for having me, Sebastian.
I could see your neck arteries expanding as you were listening to that cut.
We'll get to that in a second.
For those who see you everywhere, speaking truthfully about what's happening on the border, but who may not know everything you've done in your past before you got to be the Commissioner for CBP, tell us all the different ways you've served this nation.
Give us a little summary of Mark Morgan's history.
I appreciate it, Sebastian.
Look, I've served this country for 35 years.
I started off, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps when I was 19.
Later became a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps.
I was a police officer for the Los Angeles Police Department.
I served over two decades in the FBI.
And I was also chief of the Border Patrol before I later became acting director of ICE and then acting director of Customs and Border Protection.
God bless you.
Thank you for all the service.
Actually, given that you have that Leo background as well in a municipality, I'm going to talk to you about those issues later in our hour.
But let's talk about that clip from Chip Roy.
Operational control, whether it's in the military sense of a battlefield or a carrier group or the border, what does operational control really mean, Mark Morgan?
Yeah, so look, in this case, and the term, it's in the 2000 Secure Fence Act, so I really encourage those that are watching and listening to this show, take five minutes and Google that.
It really is, they've got that term from an old military term, right?
And it means just what it means, and just what it says.
Operation control, in this case, a linear miles of a border, means you have 100% control of what is coming into our country from the borders.
It's very clear.
It doesn't say some.
It doesn't say most.
It says all.
And so when the Secretary said all, it was an abject lie, Sebastian.
And he also did a lie on top of a lie, because he also said the Secretary of 2019-20 would have said the same thing.
That's a lie, too, because I was a commissioner then, and this is what I used to always say.
When I used to ask that question, because I knew what the definition is of bylaw, and I would never say we had operational control.
What I did say, what the truth is, is that under President Trump, we had the most secure border in our lifetime, and every single day, the border was getting more secure.
Let me posit something to you.
If we go back to 1999 and the Clinton grand jury and that seminal moment when the serving president was asked, did you have sexual relations with that woman, Monica Lewinsky?
And he said, well, it depends what the definition of is is.
Could this be what Mayorkas is doing here?
He's playing with the definition of operational control.
For example, if your operational objective was to allow as many illegal aliens into America, then he could say, yes, we have operational control because we've had 2 million in 15 months.
Right.
I think that's what he means to his ideology.
The only reason why I say that can't be, and why this is an absolute lie, he lied to Congress, is because Chip Roy, Representative Chip Roy, Sebastian did a good job.
He read the definition by law.
For those who are listening, he pulled up a poll quote from the act, he held it up on a whiteboard, and then he read the definition of operational control.
That's right, and then he went back to the Secretary and said, per this definition... Do you have it?
Do you have it?
He said, yes, that's where he's lying.
But look, later on, when he went and did his Sunday talk show circuit and tried to do some cleanup, it's funny because I had the exact same conversation with a colleague when he was asked by Brett Baer, you know, how many illegal aliens have you released in the United States?
That's when he did his, it depends on what the definition of his moment, when he said, we're not releasing people.
We're simply allowing them to come to the United States and put them on alternatives to detention.
It's just absurd.
That is absolutely the moment.
So, in case people think, because we've seen this with various positions in the last 15 months, for example, Commissar of Truth, Nina Jankiewicz, who, her qualifications to be a propaganda minister seem to be her off-broadway singing capacity, so there seems to be a, you know, qualifications don't seem to matter.
But in the case of Mayorkas, this isn't some guy they randomly picked up off the street, because he served at DHS on immigration issues before under another administration, correct?
That's exactly right, in really two major capacities.
One, he was the Director of USCIS, and then he was the Deputy Secretary.
Explain what USCIS is.
So that is the United States Customs Enforcement Service.
For immigration.
For immigration, right?
And then he served as the Deputy Secretary of DHS.
So he knows this building.
He knows.
Absolutely.
Okay.
In that case, let's talk about the truth.
You served in the Trump administration, the securest we had the border.
Give us some figures, give us some numbers, give us how COVID factored into it.
So let's look at Three years ago, Vice today.
Give us that battlefield snapshot of the situation.
What did it look like three years ago prior to COVID, and what does it look like now?
That's really key, and there's really three key areas at that, and you hit them, Sebastian.
So let's go back to 2019, May of 2019.
That's when we had the highest we'd seen in years in a single month.
It was a little over 140,000.
Keep that in mind.
140,000.
We all agreed, everybody agreed, 140,000 was a full-blown crisis.
Former Secretary Jeh Johnson under President Obama said that was a full-blown crisis.
He said 1,000 a day.
Again, a full-blown crisis.
And so we started developing a network of tools, authorities to really address the loopholes and secure a border.
By February of 2020, we had reduced the flow of illegal immigration by 75%.
Let's stop there.
What was the novelty aspect of the Remain in Mexico program?
of tools, authorities, and policies, one of them being the Remain in Mexico program.
It was a public health.
It wasn't immigration.
It was a public health.
Let's stop there.
What was the novelty aspect of the Remain in Mexico program?
What did you do differently under that?
So this was a key, and this is one of the key things that still is an essential right now, is one of the largest loopholes in our illegal immigration process was the floor settlement agreement, which said that if you broke into our country illegally as a family, we could not detain you more than 20 days.
We had to release you.
That was what that's what formula we all heard is catch and release.
Again, you break into family, your release will never be heard from again.
The Remain in Mexico program closed that loophole, shut it down.
We no longer were releasing them in the United States.
And they knew, look, it's common sense.
So you cut down, you cut off the very thing they wanted, which is to be released into the United States.
And to be able to disappear without coming back to an immigration court.
Exactly, because we also know, and this is another thing the Secretary's lying is, that once they're here, they're not going to show up and they're not going to self-report when they have a final order of removal.
They don't show up.
What are the numbers for that?
When somebody gets a letter in the mail, you must leave America, how many people go to the court and say, yes, you can deport me now?
Less than 8%.
Right now, there's about 1.2 million illegal Indians in this country that have a final order of removal and still remain here illegally.
Wow.
So we had the Remain in Mexico program, and again, so it reduced the flow by 75% and allowed more border patrol agents on the front lines to better secure our borders, and then COVID hit.
Title 42.
We'll talk about Title 42 because that's a crucial, crucial question.

So we had this remarkable success just before COVID hit by simply doing what President Trump promised, which was to secure the border, start building the wall.
Then COVID hits, and then this CDC directive or the public health directive for Title 42.
Why is Title 42 so important?
And why are we even hearing Democrats now, people from Biden's party saying, no, no, no, no, no, White House, don't rescind this yet.
Yeah, so it gets a little complicated.
And again, I'm still very much skeptical of the Democrats who join in to keep Title 42.
Again, it was a public health order.
We instituted it in March of 2020 under President Trump.
So two months after we know that COVID is real, Trump administration uses this existing power, but just activates it, which means what about illegal immigration?
Which means that what the CDC said, and it makes sense, is that to further reduce the introduction of spread of COVID into the United States from outside the borders, we're no longer going to allow people to illegally enter the United States while we're going through a global pandemic.
It just makes sense.
Which meant you could simply send them back far more easily.
Correct, correct.
And they were not allowed to claim asylum.
That literally, when they came across, we were processing them on the border, We were not bringing them into our congregate settings.
We weren't exposing Border Patrol agents to undue risk.
And we sure as heck were not exposing Americans by introducing more COVID.
And we have learned over time that easily 20% of the illegal aliens had active COVID at the time.
And so, as this started to progress, Sebastian, we actually started to get less than Sometimes it was less than 800, 900 illegal aliens that we are encountering in a day.
In one day?
In one day, less than 800.
And we were in May, and May the year before, again to go to your timeline, the year before we were averaging about 4,000.
So we went from 4,000 to about less than 1,000.
So here's the cynical question with regards to all of Title 42, which worked when you had an administration that cared, like President Trump, yourself, Tom Homan, but now if you've released 2 million illegals into the country.
Doesn't that mean, effectively, Title 42 isn't even being used?
So is this kind of like a moot point, whether or not we rescind it?
Well, yes and no.
Yes and no.
Because you're right in the fact that Title 42, under President Trump, we apply Title 42 to all demographics.
Right?
Doesn't matter whether you're a single adult, a family, or an unaccompanied minor.
Because this is the one medical science I think we could all agree.
A 16-year-old or 15-year-old can carry COVID as much as an adult can.
So if you're going to say we're trying to prevent COVID from coming into the country, it applies to everybody.
That's what we did.
The Biden administration, the first thing they did, they did a political carve-out for unaccompanied minors.
Even though we know the majority of unaccompanied minors breaking into our country illegally are 15 to 17 and can carry COVID.
So that's check one hypocrisy.
It doesn't make sense.
The second issue is what you elicited to.
families.
So their own CDC said that Title 42 applies to families.
They're not applying it to 80, 90, 90 percent of families as it stands right now.
But when you say families, here's the other thing.
When my wife was your colleague at the Department of Homeland Security, there was, at least as I understand it, a test run in certain vicinities, certain border areas, of DNA testing of so-called putative family units.
And you found shocking numbers of family units coming in, and they did the DNA testing, and the adults had no relationship to the children.
The children were props, were...
Coyotes hired them, or what have you, from their parents.
That's all gone now, hasn't it?
Even just that trial rant to say, hang on, are you really that kid's mom or dad?
We don't even know.
I mean, family unit, that's just made up, isn't it?
Yeah, Sebastian, again, this is why I love talking to you, because that's right.
In 2019, we shoved a lot of resources down there to do this rapid DNA, and we were found in just that.
An alarming amount of fake families.
Again, the cartels are going to Because they know the rules.
- They know it. - That if your family, oop, can't touch him, let him in. - Yep, that your passport automatically will never be touched again, right?
So we saw that and we were addressing all that.
All that's been removed.
So not only in this administration not applying Title 42 to UACs, they're not applying it to families, they have been applying it to single adults.
That's where you hear this rhetoric, is, oh, we're still removing people under Title 42.
Sebastian, it's only single adults.
That's the only demographic that they're applying Title 42.
So now that's why we're saying, when we're still in the middle of a global pandemic, we're not on the other side of this.
And this is where I get frustrated, if you don't mind, real quick.
Yeah, yeah.
So this country, even though I think there's a strong argument that some of the things we've been asked to do go against our American values, We've been tested, we've been vaccinated, we're wearing our masks, we're doing all this stuff.
Even though there's strong argument not to do that, we're doing that.
And yet, we have another variant here.
But here's the point that everybody's missing.
TAUTA 42 is not about how effective we are in our country.
It's about how ineffective other countries are at dealing with it.
157 countries, illegal aliens from 157 different countries have been apprehended.
There's a good amount of those countries are way behind America in dealing with this.
They don't have testing, they don't have vaccine.
Haiti, for example, less than 1% of their population has been fully vaccinated.
Less than 1%?
Less than 1%.
So here's what you're going to have.
You're going to have a family of five or six illegally breaking our country, demand the Border Patrol hurry up and process me and give me my free taxpayer-funded plane ticket anywhere in the country I want to go.
And oh, by the way, we all have COVID.
When Title 42 goes away, the Border Patrol agent is going to have to say, no problem, come on in.
How does that make sense?
And I have to ask you, how many illegals are there in the country?
Because this figure of 11 million has been quoted for about 30 years.
Some people say it's closer to 30 million.
Can we even know?
No, we don't know.
We absolutely don't know.
And here's one of the reasons why we don't know.
The category of gataways.
I was talking to former Chief Rodney Scott.
We've been talking about gataways for a long time.
The media is finally talking about gataways.
Those that break into our country illegally and evade apprehension.
There is no way to accurately know just how many gotaways have happened every single year.
Could be tens of millions.
We're talking to former Commissioner Mark Morgan.

Mark, you used the phrase asylum, and we hear the phrase refugee being bandied about a lot.
And I've mentioned this before several times on my show.
This is personal to me, not just because I'm an immigrant who came here legally, gone in line, paid the money, took my test, took my oath of office in front of witnesses, but because My parents were real refugees and real asylum seekers.
My father was a 26-year-old man in a communist political prison who'd been put there because he was an anti-communist.
He'd been tortured, given a life sentence at the age of 20.
He was liberated by the Freedom Fighters in 1956 in Hungary, and with the 17-year-old daughter of a fellow prisoner, literally crawling through a minefield into free Austria.
They end up in a refugee camp where they are vetted for six weeks, interviewed by counter-intelligence officers to make sure they're not part of the communist regime, they're not subversives.
And then they are offered a choice.
The nations that would accept them were the UK, the US, Australia and Canada.
My father chose the UK and they were there as asylum seekers because, and I'm no lawyer but you tell me if I'm wrong, you can only Apply for asylum, number one.
If going back to the country you are of is a risk to you physically, for political, ethnic, religious reasons, you will be persecuted.
And second, according to international law, and again, correct me if I'm wrong, If you escape your country that is persecuting you systematically because of the nature of the government, you must request asylum in the first country you safely arrive in.
You can't walk through 27 different countries and then end up in America or Switzerland and say, this is where I want to be an asylum seeker.
So for me, this is personal because I don't think that most of the people who are Asking for asylum are here for those reasons.
That's right.
First of all, Sebastian, your story, your father's story, that's exactly why we have asylum laws for individuals like that.
The asylum laws are very clear and you just described it.
What asylum is for, again, it's very clear, it's for if you're involved in state-sponsored persecution because of your involvement in a protected class or social group.
It's not because your neighbor hates you down the road.
The state is persecuting you because you're black, you're white, you're Christian, you're a Muslim, and you're not safe.
That's right.
Your father's example.
That is what asylum is designed to do, right?
And here's another thing.
There's a lot of misunderstanding, and I understand because we're the most compassionate country in the world, but it's also not for if you live in a neighborhood that has gang violence.
That does not qualify you.
Or if you can't find a good job.
That's right.
Economic migrants.
So that goes back to your final question.
You can't be an asylum seeker because you want a better job.
Better job, better house, better car.
That's not what asylum is designed to do.
But we know the overwhelming amount of those that are illegally in our country are economic migrants.
They do not have valid asylum claims.
And is that why we see this amazing footage from Todd Bensman?
that he took down in Del Rio of Haitians, not Mexicans, not people from Guatemala, but Haitians in their thousands.
And we have the photographs, we have the footage of Haitian ID papers being jettisoned there because they don't want to be able to be proven of them that they're economic migrants, so they deny where they come from or their identity.
That's exactly right.
And the majority of Haitians that we saw last year in Del Rio under that bridge, the majority at that moment, they hadn't lived in Haiti for five or ten years.
Where were they coming from?
Brazil.
Right, they were working in Brazil and wanting a better one.
Exactly, Sebastian.
That's it.
So they ditch the Brazilian ID card because they want to say I'm persecuted in Haiti.
That's right.
And the second point, am I right on if you are persecuted, the first place you must apply for asylum is the first safe country?
So that's the international standard, but our law, it's may, it's not shall.
But that's what we were doing with the Northern Triangle countries that Trump instituted the Asylum Cooperative Agreements, the ACAs.
Agreements with those countries that are safe as well and say, hey, if he crossed your territory, well, guess what?
He should have applied back there.
Correct.
That's it.
And if you think about common sense, if the individual has an actual true asylum claim, Shouldn't we be encouraging that individual or that family to seek relief in the first safe 13?
So this is, I went, I should have given pictures of this to my team.
We spent Christmas Four years ago, in the Middle East, we went to Jordan, we went to Israel.
This was at the height of the refugee influx or exfiltration from Syria.
And we went to the biggest Syrian refugee camp in Jordan.
And we sat down with the Muslim, Bedouin, Jordan police officer who's running this camp.
And he said something fascinating.
He said, Refugee problems should always be solved closest to where the problem is.
You don't take somebody from Afghanistan and then ship them to Switzerland.
You've got to try and keep them close to their country, because why?
In most cases, they're going to want to go back, or the rest of their family is there, so none of it makes sense.
We're talking to Mark Morgan.
This is America First, coming to you from the relieffactor.com studio.

relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.
So I have so many questions I want to ask you.
So let's see what we've hit.
We've hit title 42.
Let's talk about the many aspects of this.
Because we're talking about just securing the border.
But why is this a problem on so many different policy levels.
So this is not just about the sovereignty or, let's say, the territorial integrity of America, which seems to be a lot of people on the left think the territorial integrity of the Ukraine is so important now.
I wonder why American territorial integrity isn't.
Can you give us the other angles, the other facets of this rock?
National security, humanitarian, rule of law and economics.
Can you just walk us through why this?
Fixing this Fixes so many things.
Yeah, because public safety issue, public health issue, national security issue.
That's why, Sebastian, this is the key question.
This is not about illegal immigration.
We're overly focused on that, obviously, because we're seeing the highest levels of illegal immigration we've seen in our lifetime.
But here's why I keep saying this.
This is about border security.
But when you have a historic high-level illegal immigration against the rule of law, against the sovereignty, etc., our ability to secure our borders exponentially and equally goes down.
They're proportional and they're connected.
Illegal immigration is not a victimless crime.
When you have the volumes you have, you're having your precious border patrol resources that are pulled off the front lines, leaving a border unpatrolled, unmonitored, wide open.
There are some sectors that at times 80% of the border patrol resources have been put off the line to really do nothing but become a federal travel agency.
Well, babysitters.
Babysitters.
Handing out the government phone, the plane ticket.
Baby diapers.
Right.
Feeding babies.
And so the border is wide open and susceptible to the vast set of threats that are being pushed by the cartels and smugglers.
So let's imagine that you're back in the Trump administration and you're testifying on Capitol Hill.
You worked for the man.
I worked for the man.
What would have happened to you as Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection or if you were Secretary of Department of Homeland Security?
If you had testified, as Mayorkas did a few days ago, when asked what's happened to the 23 individuals identified on the terrorism watch list who were intercepted at the border, and you said, I don't know.
What would have President Trump done to you?
I think the next day I probably would have seen a tweet along with the rest of the country that I was fired.
Oh, you're fired.
Right.
And this individual is still there.
Right.
And I should have been fired.
Well, not only is he inept.
I mean, think about that.
42 individuals on the FBI's terror screening database and he could not provide that answer.
Just where they are.
Just where they are, right?
He didn't have to divulge any national security issues, right?
He could have said what he said later as he's doing a cleanup show on Sunday talk shows.
He said, oh, I know where they are.
Right.
Well, that's because that's the CYA of the city.
So you've been a Marine.
You're always a Marine.
You're never an ex-Marine.
You served as a law enforcement officer for the LAPD.
You've risen through the ranks.
You've been commissioner.
Let's talk about the law enforcement aspect of this, or at least the esprit de corps.
I don't know how, 16 months later, how anybody works this job.
You are literally the greeter at Walmart, but you just happen to have a badge and a gun and a, you know, a chest rig that says CBP.
What's happening to your former subordinates and colleagues?
Yeah, so first of all, Sebastian, thank you, because you're one of the hosts that will actually ask about the agents, the men and women on the front lines risking their life.
Their morale is the worst it's ever been, and here's why.
It's not because They're not willing to get up and risk their lives and do a challenging job in an adverse condition.
Sebastian is just the opposite.
They're angry and frustrated and their morale is low because they're not allowed to do the job they stand on to protect the American people.
It's why you've had agents turn their back on the Secretary.
It's why you've had agents challenge their own chiefs saying, hey, for evil to win is for good men to do nothing, and we're doing nothing.
It's why I had a Border Patrol agent tell me that I've been doing this job for 26 years.
I looked in the mirror for the first time in my life, and I realized I'm part of the largest federal smugging operation in the world.
So this, for me, this is where, if there are different results in the midterms, if President Trump comes back, you know, a forthright executive.
I believe people should be prosecuted.
That's the conclusion I came to last week.
Because what you are doing is, it's not incompetence and accident.
A conscious decision is made to facilitate the smugglers.
That's right.
Now if I did that as a private citizen, if I pulled back a fence, To allow a gun smuggler or a drug trafficker to help somebody escape prison.
I'm guilty.
I'm committing a felony.
So this is happening at a federal level saying, yes, ring the dinner gong and open the gates.
That should be culpability and material support to organize crime.
I totally agree with you.
That's why the first thing, if the right people get back in Congress, That the articles of impeachment should be filed for Secretary Mayorkas.
Again, he's lying to the American people when he says he has operational control.
As we discussed, it's a lie.
700,000 gotaways under his tenure have evaded apprehension, broken our country, made their way to every town, city, and state.
There are murderers, rapists, pedophiles, gang members.
How many more illegal aliens on the FBI's terror screening database that got away?
How many more drugs have poured into this country that killed 100,000 Americans in a 12-month period?
We could go on and on and on.
Not only has he literally handed the borders over to the cartels, but he's lying to the American people about it.
I've got to ask you this because it made a big splash for a few days when you hear Governor DeSantis say we're going to deploy troops to the southern border or you see Governor Abbott in Texas voluntarily say, ask volunteers, hey would you like to go to DC for a school trip?
And he fills six buses with illegal immigrants to get a kind of day pass to DC.
Are these stunts, does this make any difference?
Is this just theater?
What could or what should the role of states be when the White House is doing all of this to undermine the sovereignty?
Yeah, so a couple of things.
If you look at it, what Governor Abbott and other governors like DeSantis are doing, they're doing more than any other governors in the country.
Governor Abbott, specifically the Operation Lone Star, he's got 1,500 Texas troopers down there, 6,500 National Guard members that are literally trying to secure the border and fill that void left by the administration.
And as far as sending the bus loads back to D.C., look, he knew, his goal of that was not, he didn't, it was under no delusion that that was going to secure the border.
It was a message, right?
And guess what?
It worked.
I mean, a couple weeks later, we're still talking about it, right?
Right?
It was to really drive it to be on the top fold of the newspaper.
And also, I think, Sebastian, and we need to start doing more of this, to send a message to the Republicans.
The Republicans that have remained on the sidelines, into the shadows.
It's time for you to come out of the shadows, step up, be aggressive, and push back against this administration.
And I think we're still not where we want to be, but it helped.
Yes, whether it's January the 6th, or whether it is the situation on the border, it's a good message to Republicans as well to actually start getting busy.

Why is this administration... I mean, you've been working this for decades now.
Why do you think they're doing this?
Because, as somebody pointed out, no nation on earth does it.
No nation, even the richest, like Switzerland.
Opens the board and says, anybody is welcome and you can get away with coming here illegally.
What's the real reason?
And knowing when you do that, you're going to negatively impact every aspect of our nation's public health, safety, national security, right?
So they are legitimately putting our country in danger.
Why?
I see really two things going on.
One is a perceived political benefit.
Remember, illegal aliens are counted as part of the census.
Right, so even if they don't vote for you, you're going to be able to redistrict and get more votes, especially in Democrat states if that's where they end up.
It's just warm bodies that are used to apportion congressional seats.
That's a huge point.
The second part of the political aspect is they believe that every single alien they find a pathway to citizenship is going to vote Democratic.
So you have a duality of the public issue.
But then there's something that I've seen when I started off 35 years serving this country that I've never seen is you've got an infusion of the politics that we just described but also ideologues.
I've never seen so many ideologues infused in the federal government.
As opposed to experts and public servants but ideologues.
That's exactly right.
And I think Secretary Mayorkas is at the top of the list.
Leads the way.
That's right.
He does not care, Sebastian, about anything.
He doesn't care about the second, third order negative impacts of the country.
He only cares about pursuing his personal ideology.
That's it.
I'm not a manager, I'm not a leader of men.
I've always been a bit of an iconoclast and I don't do well with authority.
But the idea of being the head of an agency of any size or any team.
How many people at DHS?
DHS?
- DHS? - DHS, over 240,000. - 240,000, and then going to work and knowing that everything you're committed to is going to hurt not just the country, but the people working under you.
Over 240,000.
I don't know how a human being does that.
One word answer to this.
President Trump comes back.
If people like you and Tom Homan are brought back into the fold, can this be fixed?
Absolutely can.
Look, we already did it.
In part, we just have to pull the Trump playbook off the shelf, dust it off, reinstitute it, and we're halfway there.
It's been done already.
It can be done again.
Dear friends, we need people like Mark Morgan to be cloned and we need him back in government.
