Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas taken to hospital
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
It's not common.
It's very, very, very, very uncommon.
This is in the first three weeks, and these are quite senior generals.
The bottom line is that their command and control has broken down.
Their communications have been jammed by the Ukrainians.
Their secure comms didn't work.
They had to go to single channel that's jammable, and that's exactly what the Ukrainians have been doing to that.
They use cell phones.
The Ukrainians blocked the prefix for Russia, so that didn't work.
Then they took down 3G.
They're literally stealing cell phones from Ukrainian civilians to communicate among each other.
So what happens?
The column gets stopped.
An impatient general is sitting back there in his armored or whatever vehicle.
He goes forward to find out what's going on because there's no initiative.
Again, there's no non-commissioned officer corps.
There's no sense of initiative at junior levels.
They wait to be told what to do.
Gets up there and the Ukrainians have very, very good snipers and they've just been picking them off left and right.
This should have been a walk in the park for the fourth strongest military in the world.
At least on paper, but not so fast.
Dear friends, I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
We're going to be talking about the latest developments in Ukraine.
That was of course disgraced disgraced former General David Betrayus, who was CIA director for Obama, who, well, had an affair with a reporter who was writing a book about him, gave her classified intelligence so it would make him look better, and of course, who's allowing him onto their programs right now?
C.N.N.
Enough said.
Let's talk about the other aspects of this war.
We're going to have Rob Spalding explain for us in the one-on-one, in our third hour, former U.S.
defense attaché in Beijing, former senior director for strategy in the Trump White House, in the National Security Council, about the Chinese aspects of this war.
Chinese weapons already flowing.
Of course they deny it, but how are they profiting beyond the actual military Operations of Russia in Ukraine.
We will find out that and so much more from former B-2 stealth bomber pilot General Rob Spalding here on America First one-on-one.
Dan Hoffman, former CIA station chief in Moscow, will be with us in the second hour.
Mark Murano and John Solomon later in the first hour.
But first, let's talk about another aspect.
of Russia and the Ukraine.
Remember that company Burisma?
Even Joe Rogan is in on the deal.
This is Joe's final recognition that what we knew a year and a half ago, even the New York Times is confirming it.
I mean, the New York Times just now is admitting that the Hunter Biden laptop is real.
And, you know, we remember from the debates with Trump bringing it up to Biden and Biden saying it's ****.
It's a lie, a flat out lie.
Everybody knew it was a lie.
The New York Post had that story that was banned from Twitter, which was just outright crazy, that one of the oldest newspapers in the country Yeah, and I don't think anybody's gonna go back and apologize to them.
No, no one's apologizing.
The oldest newspaper actually in the land, founded by Alexander Hamilton.
Now the New York Times admits that that story is correct.
What's the date today?
Oh, it's March.
It's the first day of spring.
It's the 21st of March, 2022.
Let's wind the time machine back.
Let's go all H.G.
Wells to October 19th.
2020.
What happened on October 19th, 2020?
Well, a group of 50 former intelligence professionals, some of them very senior, up to directors of intelligence agencies, wrote the following letter to the American people.
We are all individuals who devoted significant portions of our lives to national security.
Some of us have served in senior positions in policy departments and agencies.
And some of us served in senior positions in the intelligence community.
Don't you know how important we are?
Some of us were political appointees and some were career officials.
Many of us worked for presidents of both parties.
Congratulations!
We are all also individuals who see Russia as one of our nation's primary adversaries.
All of us have an understanding of the wide range of Russian overt and covert activities.
Perhaps most important, each of us believes deeply that American citizens should determine the outcome of elections.
Interesting.
American citizens should determine the outcome of our elections.
It is for all of these reasons that we write now to say that the arrival on the US political scene of emails purportedly belonging to Vice President Biden's son Hunter, much of them related to his time serving on the board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, has all the classic hallmarks of Russian information operations.
If we are right, this is Russia trying to interfere in how Americans vote in this election.
And we believe Americans need to be made aware of this.
Who was the signator?
Who were the people who signed that letter?
Fifty intelligence professionals, among them James Clapper, former Director of National Intelligence, the man who lied under oath in front of Congress saying, no, no, no, no, no, Americans aren't spied upon, they're not surveilled without cause.
At least, not wittingly.
Do you remember the phrase he used?
So we might do it accidentally.
We might collect huge amounts of metadata.
All your outgoing calls, the numbers that you called.
We may store them in a massive facility in Arizona.
In massive data banks that we can dip into whenever we want, but... Well, we don't mean to do it, so... Don't worry about it.
Then Michael Hayden, the disgrace to the US Air Force uniform, the general who served as director of the CIA, who is now on the board, fascinatingly, of one of the left-wing's fact-checking organizations, because he's so unbiased.
Beyond that, shockingly, a former colleague of mine, when I was at the RAND Corporation many moons ago in the 1990s, Greg Treverton, that ran all of the intelligence research programs for the RAND Corporation, many, many more, including Mike Morrell.
Do you remember Mike Morrell?
Former deputy CIA director who, you know, liked to go to Capitol Hill to undermine President Trump.
Did they know they were lying when they signed this letter?
Or are they just stupid?
Either way, it's a problem.
I have evidence that one of them really is stupid.
Jim Clapper, when he ran the DIA, the Defence Intelligence Agency, wanted to give an all-access Pink Pentagon pass To the resident, the head of the KGB station in the DC.
Yeah, so a KGB colonel could walk around unescorted inside the Pentagon because, hey, Cold War's over and we love each other now.
So Clapper clearly is not the sharpest tool in the shed.
But I've had run-ins with Mike Hayden.
He's not stupid.
He's a bad actor, but he's not stupid.
Just like Morel and the rest.
They knew that it was real.
They knew that nobody manufactured the laptops.
They knew that they belonged to Hunter Biden.
Those emails about 10% for the big guy about me being quote-unquote in business with the effing chief spy of China that Hunter recorded because he's no sharp tool either on his laptop.
Those weren't forgeries.
Those were real.
That is how deep the Deep State is.
Maybe that's part of what we're witnessing today.

You sent me something from Solomon, right?
Uh, yeah, I printed it.
Oh, I printed it off.
Okay, mics back on.
Before I dial Solomon up.
You sent me something from Solomon, right?
Yeah, I printed it off.
Hang on.
I'm matching your offense at every level.
So if it's missiles that are threat, be capable of responding to those missiles and above all being capable of defending against those missiles.
Conventional, blacklist, conventional equipment.
You have to overmatch your offense at every level to ensure that he or she does not take them on this.
With regard to China and the role that they could potentially play in this.
How's it going, rumble chat?
Can you play me Cut 5?
Cut 5!
Hey Steve, we had two sets of air raid sirens in the past two or three hours here.
No word on if anything was hit.
Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry has given an ultimatum to Ukraine and the city of Mariupol to surrender in about 40 minutes time or else.
And guess what they said?
Or else.
Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister, according to local media, is saying surrender is not an option.
That key port city has been under siege for weeks.
Pick it up.
Pick it up.
America First, John speaking.
Fighting between Ukraine and Russian forces, a house-to-house report of a school being hit, 400 sheltering there.
Russia was offering humanitarian corridors later Monday if Ukraine backed down.
They have said no.
This as more experts, Steve, are saying this conflict could be bogging down into a deadly war of attrition.
Ukrainian troops were successful in fending off the first wave, but now Russian officials are reportedly warning the troops of a long war.
Russians are digging in around cities like the capital Kiev.
We've gotten several reports of a big blast in Kiev overnight with deaths and casualties.
Alright, dialing him up now.
Skype channel on it.
Ringing. Ringing.
Hey, guys.
Hello, Mr. Solomon.
How are you doing today?
Hey, John.
Thanks for sliding early.
Appreciate it.
Anytime.
Whatever you need.
Proud to do it.
We'll talk a little bit about the New York Times and the laptops, and then we'll go to your Georgia ballot piece.
Good.
Yeah, the point I'd like to make on the New York Times is that what the Russia story is that we had oligarchs in Ukraine and Russia that rich the Democrats.
And then oligarchs in America kept the rest of us from doing it.
Oh, that's good.
That's good.
That's good.
Created a modern-day oligarchy here.
Yep, perfect.
Perfect.
Can you play Cut 7?
Cut 7.
Yes, right here.
This is kindergarten.
This is living district.
City of Kyiv, the capital.
That's what the Russian army and missiles are doing.
It's our life.
And that's what you're doing.
Everyone who's doing business with Russia, the blood is on your hands, too.
This is not military object.
This is residential district, city of Kiev.
Look at this.
This is genocide.
20 seconds.
Okay, good.
Thank you.
Alright.
Alright, stand by.
Standing by.

We open with our discussion of the Hunter Biden laptop finally being recognized.
Almost two years later, by the New York Times, as a real story, as verified, a man who knew it way back when, who was labeled a conspiracy theorist because he's a real journalist, is, of course, John Solomon, good friend of America First.
He is the founder of justthenews.com.
John, welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you, Seb.
So, it's curious, I looked at the original story that the New York Times wrote last week, about the story that you already reported over a year ago, and they say, we have verified.
I wonder, did they call you up because they don't mention who they verified it with?
Well, actually, I did get some overtures from the New York Times newsroom, but I didn't return their calls.
I'm sorry about that, but listen, it's not hard to verify, right?
Look at the things I did before I started reporting on the laptop.
I went to the FBI handwriting expert.
He confirmed it was Hunter Biden's signature on a thing.
I took some of the emails.
I went to the people and said, are these legitimate emails?
They said, yes, it's basic journalism.
This was not an 18 month project to do verification.
It could have taken an 18 hours, quite frankly.
Not only that, we know from the reporting that you have been doing that Hunter Biden's lawyers demanded the laptops back.
So if they're not his, then you can't demand them back.
Can you, John?
No, no.
I mean, listen, that was prima facie proof right there.
And, you know, Hunter Biden did the rope-a-dope on television.
Maybe it's mine, maybe it's not.
Maybe it's Russian disinformation.
But his lawyers knew all along what this was.
This was a legitimate laptop.
It was in the possession of the FBI, lawfully obtained under a subpoena.
And it contains all of his contemporaneous efforts to cash in on his father's job and all across this globe.
And it's a travesty that the news media and social media suffocated this story for 18 months.
It really is.
And the fact that I opened the show reading out the letter from October of 2020 with 50 intelligence officials, including General Hayden, Clapper, and the like, who said, oh, no, no, no, this is a Russian information op.
Have any of the people that you know of, because you're there, you're running a news agency, has any of them retracted that statement or apologized, John?
No.
They won't even take your calls.
And these are people that used to take my calls, right?
So there's a level of embarrassment.
Listen, here's what happened.
We began to break a story, starting with Russia collusion all the way through the Ukraine impeachment, that the Democrats were cashing in on using Russia and Ukraine as a piggy bank, usually collecting their money from oligarchs.
We mentioned some of them, Elena Baturina and Fyodor Pichuk and Zolchevsky, the owner of Burisma.
They used these countries as piggy banks.
They got money from oligarchs.
And then when their scam was about to be exposed, they turned to the oligarchs of modern technology in America.
And they suppressed the story.
The Twitter, Facebook, the New York Times, all of these major news organizations.
And what is something that a foreign oligarch does?
They take propaganda from the government and they impose it on the people?
That's exactly what that letter by those 50 national security experts did.
It was a propaganda piece designed to mislead the Americans before the election, delivered by the oligarchs of modern day media in America.
And we know it was false.
How do we know it's false?
John Ratcliffe got up in October 2016, or early November 2016, I'm sorry, 2020, and said, we have no evidence, the intelligence community, the entire intelligence community, no evidence whatsoever that the laptop was a Russian disinformation campaign.
And yet those guys signed the letter, and their oligarchs in the media distributed it and suppressed the story that could have very well changed the outcome of the election.
I like that.
John is socializing the phrase oligarchs for use here in America when it comes to Silicon Valley and I think he's right.
He is a co-author of the book Fallout, Nuclear Bribes, Russian Spies and the Washington Lies that Enrich the Clinton and Biden Dynasties.
Right now, just started, Katenji Brown-Jackson is reading her statement in front of the Senate for her hearing to become an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court if there's anything breaking.
We will keep you informed of that.
Let's talk about stories that the mainstream media will not be breaking or talking about because they're important and they're embarrassing for the narrative of the last election.
John, you sent us this piece.
Georgia ballot harvesting probe advances as state elections board approves subpoena.
Give us the details.
Listen, every time the January 6th Commission issues a subpoena, it's breaking news all across America, right?
But right now, hardly anyone's covering this.
The State Election Board has authorized the Secretary of State of Georgia to go subpoena materials to see if liberal activists in Georgia illegally gathered ballots across the state in the November 2020 election and the January 5th, 2021 Senate election that, by the way, settled the Democratic control of the U.S.
Senate.
This is a major escalation of the investigation.
Brad Raffsenberger has been on my TV show recently saying he expects prosecutions if this evidence checks out and that it would be a form of major cheating in the election proven in yet another state.
We already have major proof in Wisconsin, Arizona.
Now Georgia would be the third state.
Raffsenberger has blown hot and cold in the last year.
Do you think this new news is a sign of some change in Georgia?
Is this a serious development, John?
Listen, I think he's always been serious about harvesting, which is the illegal act of collecting people's ballots for third parties.
He actually passed a law in 2019, fearful that Democrats were going to try to use this in the 2020 election.
He worked with the legislature to get this outlawed.
So this isn't his wheelhouse.
Listen, there's two Brad Rafzenbergers.
There's the Brad Raffsenberger that took a look at President Trump's complaint and said, I don't see any merit in it.
And I think a lot of us who've gone through the Trump complaint have found a lot of factual things that just didn't turn out to be true.
And then there's the Raffsenberger that takes a look at this and says, you know what?
This looks real.
It's a respected group.
They have very convincing data.
Let's investigate and find out where it leads.
People will judge him over in history, what sort of Secretary of State he was.
But this particular probe, much like Mike Gableman's probe that found ballot harvesting in the nursing homes, is a major escalation of the election integrity story and could very well put Georgia's results into doubt if there was this form of cheating going on.
Bookmark it, justthenews.com, follow him at jsolomonreports.
What are you doing on your show tonight, John?
We're going to be talking a little bit about those oligarchs and what underlies the story of Hunter Biden, a 10-year effort by Democrats to cash in on Ukraine and Russia, give the House away to Ukraine and Russia, and then they go and create this war, Russia invading Ukraine.
In fact, they invaded Ukraine twice, both on Joe Biden's watch.
So that's going to be our focus tonight.
What time?
Where can they watch it?
6 p.m.
Eastern Time on Real America's Voice, anywhere on all the apps on Channel 219 and there's a lot of different places to watch it.
Great show.
I'm really looking forward to it.
Thank you, John.
Let's socialize that word.
He's right.
Oligarchs in America undermining our democracy just like they are doing in Russia and elsewhere.
JusttheNews.com.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Your call is next.
833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
Gorka, that's 833-334-6752.
Stay on this channel.
Due to my husband, Is it this one?
Okay, he's gone already.
He's gone.
I have no doubt that without him by my side from the very beginning of this incredible professional journey, none of this would have been possible.
We met in college more than three decades ago, and since then, he's been the best husband, father, and friend I could ever imagine.
Patrick, I love you.
Yeah, no, I didn't even start to play in 15 years.
Yeah, because it was already over at that point, so it was like, right at the end of the second part.
Oh, you don't have to do that.
You just double-click it, and it starts playing.
Phone call.
America First, what's your name?
L-E-D-O.
What are you calling on?
Indigo.
and his wife Natalie.
America First, what's your name?
And last, but certainly not least, L-E-D-O.
My very dear in-laws, the matriarch and patriarch of the Jackson family, Camelot and Gardner Jackson, have tried...
Can you play...
Cut three.
What information?
You know, you just pointed out this is very troubling.
I mean, for the Pentagon to say this is not escalation, again, it is escalation.
This war is escalating.
Vladimir Putin is continuing to kill innocent people.
What you're also seeing with the use of the hypersonic weapon is likely a demonstration by Putin to the West.
He didn't need this weapon for what he's doing in Ukraine.
He didn't need this for the target.
It was clearly a message to the West to show that he has these weapons.
But, you know, what we're seeing, I think the biggest impression that people should have, that the President should have, is this a ruthless regime that's killing innocent people.
You know, last night, here, the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra opened its performance with the Ukraine National Anthem and our National Anthem back-to-back.
The entire audience, including the orchestra, stood.
The American public get what President Zelensky has said, is that this is about democracy, this is about freedom, as he called President Biden to lead.
Tennessee, and what do you want to say to Dr. G today?
That other clip that Eric pulled after we met is really good, I like that one.
Which one?
The one we're talking about, of the older people talking about comparing it to the Germans.
Oh, of Q. Oh, but is it on the list?
It's not, it's probably, yeah.
It's definitely not on the cut sheet.
Okay.
I'll put you on hold so we can get you on the air with that.
Please stand by.
Thanks for calling in.
No problem.
Do you have that other cut you mentioned, Eric?
I'm sorry, which one?
The one you pulled after, of the older, when we were in the, uh, I was in there.
You gotta describe it.
The one with the guys on the bus.
Oh, yes, that is cut eight.
How long is it?
It is one minute, one second long.
Can you play me a little bit of it?
The bus has filled with anyone left who wants to leave.
Anyone who can move themselves.
We are asked to take those who cannot.
And to remember the last time war came to Europe.
As we leave, shelling hits the village.
It had become a deathbed, riddled with cluster munition mines, this man said.
They were killing people.
- - When I, when I, okay.
Okay, enough.
Enough.
When I play that, leave my mic hot so I can read the subtitles.
Okay, gotcha.
10 seconds, stand by.
No.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
Lenny, John, don't go anywhere.
We're going to talk to you momentarily.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
But we did it, guys.
We did it.
833-334-6752.
But we did it, guys.
We did it.
We worked behind the scenes.
And we're going to help the Ukrainians now that are suffering.
Please watch this footage, listen to it on the radio.
It's an interview with Ukrainians who are being evacuated.
I'll translate the part that is subtitles if you're not watching, but this is the reality of Putin's war.
Play cut.
The bus has filled with anyone left who wants to leave, anyone who can move themselves.
Soldiers, bring your grandfather here!
We are asked to take those who cannot.
And who remember the last time war came to Europe.
As we leave, shelling hits the village.
It had become a deathbed, riddled with cluster munition mines, this man said.
Civilians, the Russians killed all the civilians, their bastards, reptiles, parasites.
They don't fight troops, they fight people.
Worse than the fascists.
Yes, worse.
Worse than the fascists.
I remember how the Germans attacked us.
They didn't mess with us like they are today.
Okay.
Every year, about this time, we ask you to support Food for the Poor.
Now we're doing something a little bit different.
We have combined with them, or rather they have reached out to an organisation that is getting support to those suffering in Ukraine.
If you go to my website right now, at the top there is a brand new banner that says, Help Ukraine Food for the Poor.
It's not just about our hemisphere anymore.
They are working together with those that are getting food aid to those who are suffering at the hands of these beasts.
Absolutely delighted that Food for the Poor is doing this.
Thank you.
Let's listen to Ed Rain from Food for the Poor who explains why they're doing this.
The Ukraine is not in our theater of operations.
So we thought about our partners.
Who is it that we have a relationship with?
So Feed My Starving Children quickly came on to the radar.
They are an essential part of what we do in our countries.
And we understood from them that they have confidence in being able to do the work in the Ukraine because they've been there for the last eight years.
Feed the Starving Children is the new partner.
Please donate as much as you can.
Go to my website, sebgorka.com and click on the banner at the very top that says Help Ukraine.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com or call 855-330-HOPE.
These are innocent people.
starving, needing aid in a war zone.
These are the people who haven't managed to escape.
Please call 855-330-4673 or go to my website sebgorka.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com and click on the Help Ukraine banner at the very top of the site.
Lenny Cleveland waiting very patiently.
Welcome to America First, Lenny.
Hello, I think you guys are missing the entire thing with the intelligence community letter.
They have complete plausibility, plausible deniability, because all they were doing was speculating, and they expect, they included a statement, we want to emphasize we do not know if the emails provided to the New York Post are genuine or not, and we do not have any evidence of Russian involvement, just that our experience makes us deeply suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role in this case.
And this uncovers the dirty little game that's played in Washington Where the intelligence community makes a statement.
They never said it was.
However, the mainstream media picked it up and ran with it as though they said... It's what the mainstream media reported they said.
And if people don't go to look at the actual letter, you know, they can say they're blameless.
They never said it was.
But this is the way it happens all the time.
Federal authorities Sleek things to the mainstream media.
Expect them to publish that as the opinion, not publish it, but go with the story.
In this case, the mainstream media said, oh, the intelligence community says it's Russian disinformation, and the tech oligarchs suppressed because the mainstream media said that's what they said.
It's all a game of hearsay, and it's the way Information management works in the world today.
Yeah, I agree with you about 90%.
I don't think it's full plausible deniability because you said, well, they could deny that we said this.
Well, they didn't.
They're not even picking up the phone.
So they're in a little bit more hot water than that.
But yes, in principle, absolutely.
Because very few people take the time to actually look at what these people said.
Great call, Lenny.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Lenny one of our America first hats.
Please stay on the line and Eric will get your details.

Hello, Lenny.
So what is your last name?
Yeah, that was, I saw that today that those people on the bus, the fact that they saw the shelling going on right after they were leaving their camera on So that collar sounded a little too close to Dennis Prager.
Oh really?
I was like, he sounds like somebody.
It was a vaguely Dennis Prager sound.
Deep gravelly.
That was a great voice.
All right.
Oh, God.
Cut through his long legs.
Let me hear some of Cut2.
Hello.
Alright.
Hello.
Okay.
Alright.
Perfect.

He's on the line.
Oh, good.
Hey, Sebastian.
How's it going?
Good, good, good, good.
Drink it from a fire hose.
Mondays are always... like that.
Okay, one minute.
What I hate the most are people who insist on having big meetings on Monday morning.
It's like the worst possible time.
Totally.
You've got to write off Mondays.
You can't do constructive work.
You're catching up and you're setting up the week.
The idea that you're going to do something constructive at 8 a.m.
on a Monday is like, seriously?
Yeah.
All right.
We'll talk about the article, but I'm going to do a bigger, larger strategic question first.
Okay.
30 seconds.
All right.
Okay.
Merchant turtle lock, 20 seconds.
Stand by.
Standing by. Standing
by. Standing by. Standing by.
I know Sebastian well.

Dan Hoffman, former CIA station chief in Moscow, will be with us in the next hour, editor-in-chief of that superb website Babylon B, and then my former White House colleague General Rob Spaulding on the Chinese aspects of the war in Europe.
We'll be with us for one-on-one in the third hour.
But now, it's the man who taught me everything I know about the climate hoax.
He is the creator of ClimateDepot.com, Mark Morano.
Welcome back to America First!
So, I haven't even mentioned it already.
We have to talk about this International Energy Agency report in a moment, but I think it was in Bloomberg, there is this article from somebody at the New School saying, you know, we can survive the Exploding cost of energy by selling one of your cars, you peasants.
Don't eat meat.
Eat lentils.
And I'm not joking, guys.
We'll post the story.
She said, and if your pet's sick, don't waste money on taking it to the vet because, you know, everybody's got less money now.
Mark, this isn't a joke, is it?
This isn't April Fool's Day.
No, this is the climate activists, the Green New Deal activists.
This is their dream.
They're actually hammering the working class, middle class Americans deeper and deeper and punishing them.
They want us to do with less.
They want austerity on us.
Joe Biden is literally copycatting Jimmy Carter's first and only term in office.
I mean, down to the weakness on the foreign stage, to the high energy, the energy shortages, inflation, now increasing interest rates, a horrible economy.
So this is music to climate activist heirs who for years have been talking about planned recessions to fight global warming, degrowth movement.
So the idea that you can't take your sick dog to the vet is exactly what they want to be doing.
This excites them.
They get to be bureaucratic bean counters Think of the COVID lockdowns.
Every aspect of your life.
No weddings, no funerals, no backyard barbecues.
They empowered your neighbors to rat you out.
They snitched on you, then you could lose your utilities.
This is the progressive dream.
And this is just the beginning.
They love the idea of a decade or more of austerity and permanent austerity on us.
But austerity not for them, because Mark, I doubt this professor at the New School, a hotbed of rabid Marxists in New York, I doubt that she's selling her Tesla or letting her dog die.
Do you think she is?
No, the same way John Kerry, when the Icelandic journalist that took an Icelander to have Asked him about his flying a private jet to pick up an environmental award.
He basically gave the equivalent of, do you know who I am?
Like you would do to a policeman.
And he explained that his work is so important, he needed a private jet.
So yeah, they actually exempt themselves from this, much like the old Soviet Politburo didn't have to live like the masses in the old Soviet Union.
Yeah.
His bible on these topics, the one that I, you know, literally it is a bedside table reference book, is the Politically Incorrect Guide to Climate Change.
That's the one that everybody needs to start with.
The most recent one with AOC on the cover is Green Fraud, Why the Green New Deal is Even Worse Than You Think.
And of course his website is climatedepot.com.
Talk to us about this latest Incredible story that you sent me just a few moments ago.
Yeah, this is huge.
You know, and I was on this, this came out last Friday, a couple days ago, the International Energy Agency.
And this is the premier organization globally that monitors all the energy, makes recommendations.
Yeah, this is the big, you know, the international head honcho, right?
Yes, I mean, this is the respected establishment thing that actually has very good data.
I'm not knocking it for the data.
They give you the mix.
In other ones, it'll tell you, 100 years ago, fossil fuels dominated global energy production more than 80%.
Guess what the current is?
80% fossil fuels.
100 years hasn't changed that.
Hey, but solar and windmills, they're going to take over in 5 or 10 years, according to AOC and the Green New Deal.
But this agust institution, the International Energy Agency, has gone woke and has gone wacky.
And I'll get to the other thing they did last year, but this year, this last week, they're urging a form of energy lockdowns on the world.
Now, they're not telling us that we need to increase our energy and do domestic energy and stop conflict energy from hostile regimes.
They're telling us we need to live with it and we need to live with a form of a lockdown.
And so they're recommending, as Sebastian, Banning the use of private cars on Sunday.
Reducing highway speed limits.
More working from home as if people didn't do that enough during the pandemic.
Cutting business air travel.
A tax on SUVs.
And they're talking about odd even license plate days where you're not going to be able to... And Mark, this is all going to be happening first in the worst offenders like China or India, correct?
No, actually the recommendations are targeted specifically to the United States and Europe.
Who have been funding, now, Putin's war with our purchases of his lavish amounts of oil.
He's the third supplier to the United States, and of course, Europe depends on him.
In some countries, Germany, 50% of their fossil fuel needs.
So, they're not worried about China, Russia, Iran, Venezuela.
They're focusing on the once-free West, and they're going to hammer us more.
Tell us what we've got 30 seconds left with Mark Murano, ClimateDepot.com.
Tell us what they did last year at the International Energy Agency.
Well, they came out with a report literally talking about a climate version of a climate lockdown, recommending the same things, identical, talking all about how we had to change our flying, shift away from private car use.
One of the things all these reports that come out now, they want to get rid of private car ownership.
So here's the thing, whether it's COVID, Climate change, the Russian war, the solutions now by the progressives are all the same.
Take away our freedom, limit us, lock us down, and have unelected bureaucrats rule every aspect of our life.
It doesn't matter the crisis we're dealing with.
That's their solution.
Until we wake up and fight back.
Covid was just the test.
It was just the first trial balloon of how to do this because it's not about the environment, it's about power.
Thank you Mark Morano.
Keep sending us those breaking stories.
ClimateDepot.com and of course the Politically Incorrect Guide to Climate Change.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Your call is next 833-334-6752.
If the war in Ukraine weren't bad enough, it is a perfect cover for cyber hackers to exploit instability here in America.
You know the usual scams, robocalls, texts for fake donations, but how about home title fraud?
Do you know how it works?
The hacker forges your signature on the online registration for your home, removes you from the title, and then takes out loans on your property that you have to pay.
What makes home title fraud so devastating is that you don't even know when you've been hacked.
Find out today.
Go to hometitlelock.com.

Mark, nice job.
Thanks, buddy.
I'll see you in California.
I believe you're going April 10th.
I'm one of the speakers at Unite California.
Yes.
Yeah, Unite IE.
Yeah, perfect.
I'll see you there, buddy.
All right.
See you then.
Thanks.
So foreign fighters?
He said there's no foreign fighters.
He said there are no foreign fighters.
Are we getting briefed better than he is? - So the Chechen battalions?
No, no, they're Ukrainians, really.
Well, maybe he's qualifying the independent states, you know, that Russia's identifying.
Here's breaking news.
Senior NATO official has warned, quote, Belarus is preparing the environment to justify a Belarusian offensive against Ukraine and imminent deployment of Russian nuclear weapons in Belarus.
Do you buy it?
- Do you buy it? - Well, it's, it's, it's, it's, you know, a verified guy with a real name, 100,000 followers, Oxford University, sent to me by one of Bachelor's team members. - 'Cause if more than one nation gets involved, like, sent to me by one of Bachelor's team members. - 'Cause if more than one nation gets involved, like, formally declares war on Ukraine, then that's, that's just one step closer to... - - It's basically Russia, yeah. - Just not officially.
I think that's also a president that does not want to get... Want to come in with anything?
...tossed out.
Got a few more things here.
20 seconds.
The kindergarten thing, maybe?
Let me use that in A.
Let me use that in A.
All right.
Okay, 15 seconds.
Stand by.
Bye.
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Sent to me as I was speaking with Mark Morano, a good friend who works for another radio show.
It's a rather good one.
You know who you are.
Breaking, this is from a verified account.
Somebody who's a DPhil PhD, International Relations from Oxford University.
We won't hold that against you for now, but this is the person who's posted this report.
Senior NATO official warns the following, quote, Belarus is preparing the environment to justify a Belarusian offensive against Ukraine.
So the puppet state of Moscow will deploy its own forces.
They're allowing Russian forces through Belarus already, but now they're going to Just like the Ukrainian Soviet forces, the Romanian Warsaw Pact, not Warsaw Pact, the Romanian forces were used by the Soviets in 1956 to crush the revolution.
This is what Vlad is apparently planning now, but here's the important part of the tweet.
And imminent deployment of Russian nuclear weapons into Byelorussia.
So just moving them closer to Ukraine.
We'll see if we can get that verified, but that's sent to me.
Thank you, Lee.
Let's go.
Your call's John, Tennessee, line three.
Good afternoon, sir.
Thanks for taking my call.
I have a theory about all these bizarre Putin defenders that are showing up all over Syria.
Please, help me out here.
What is this with defending a KGB colonel?
What's your theory?
My theory is that the cancer of the QAnon movement from a couple years ago is metastasized and they now look at Russia as the good guys.
You and I, we're both children of the Cold War.
Who the commies are and what they represent, and it is just surreal seeing people defending them.
Yeah, I think you could be right.
I'm still searching.
We're going to talk to a British party tomorrow who's trying to fight this fight in the UK.
I'm trying to find that genesis.
I know Infowars is part of all this, but you might be right.
This might be the QAnon 2.0, but at the end of the day, John, how can you say you're a conservative and say the Russian KGB colonel is the good guy?
It's not possible, sir.
You're not a conservative at heart if you think that the Russians are the good guys.
I don't get it.
I don't understand.
It's strange.
It's strange.
But we'll look into it, John.
Stay on the line.
Let's get John a America First hat.

Mic's back on.
Five minutes.
You got any titles in mind?
No, hang on.
Is there anything I haven't heard?
These are all the talks that can lead to any concrete outcome.
We've seen an increased targeting of civilians, Mr. Secretary General in Ukraine.
How long can NATO stand by and watch Russia target civilians without finding a way to help more when it comes to the Ukrainian resistance?
NATO allies are stepping up their support to Ukraine partly by delivering military support, humanitarian support and billions of billions of financial support to Ukraine and then of course we also impose unprecedented sanctions on Russia to ensure that they are paying, President Putin is paying a high price for this totally unjustified senseless war against an independent sovereign nation Ukraine.
And let me also remind you of the fact that NATO allies have actually trained and supported the Ukrainian armed forces for years, trained tens of thousands of Ukrainian forces, special operation forces, command and control, logistics, and all of this proves extremely important now.
These troops are on the front line fighting against the invading Russian troops, so the support allies have provided over many years proves now to be, to have been extremely important.
That wasn't Tapper.
What?
It says Jake Tapper on the coat.
Does that one?
No, it's, um, it said, hang on.
Tapper asks the NATO Secretary General.
But that's not Jake Tapper.
Oh, sorry.
Oh, did I put, oh, oops, sorry, yeah, that's, uh, what's his name?
That's Chuck.
Tuck Tot, sorry.
Chuck Tot, yeah.
Sorry, my mistake.
Um, yeah.
There's another cut here, I guess, John, you cut this one of Fauci.
Oh, that's just, I mean, that's just fodder.
It's a very quick little thing about you.
It's like 20 seconds, he just keeps trying to be relevant, so if you ever want to dunk on him... If we do see a significant surge, particularly one that might result in increased hospitalizations, we have to be prepared to pivot and perhaps reinstitute some of those restrictions, but...
I know, I know.
I keep seeing it pop up and I'm like, oh my god.
Do you know how old he is?
No.
Have a guess.
Look at that face again.
How old do you think that face is?
Is he 70?
He's 81.
He's 81?
81.
Why would you even... I know!
He just loves interviewing, I think.
Can you send that to John?
Yeah.
Okay, that.
The Klitschko thing, the Kindergarten 7, and the CNN thing that we played.
What was that?
The Kindergarten, Fauci, and Petraeus.
No, no, no!
No, the buses.
Oh, the buses, okay.
And then you need titles, right?
Okay, so thank you.
The buses.
Yeah.
Okay, and then you need titles, right?
For everything, yes.
Okay.
How the Deep State Works for World of Warcraft.
Which one?
1A.
1A?
Okay.
Solomon... Is Raffensperger a good guy or a bad guy?
A good guy or a bad guy?
and Murano, how they're using, now what should we call that?
What should we call Murano?
It's embarrassing that it's not us giving them UAE's, it's Turkey.
Turkey.
It's crazy.
What should we call Morano?
Something to do with the energy crisis?
Yeah.
Now they want your pets to die.
Alright.
That's good.
That's true.
That article is crazy.
And the fact that Bloomberg published it?
Crazy.
All right, 25 seconds.
Standing by.
All right, so I'm going to use... Seven... Seven and... Oh, we've got one more, probably just seven.
Just seven, okay.
All right.
Five seconds.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka. - It's the Klitschko brothers, right?
Both boxers.
One of them is the mayor of Kiev.
Welcome back, dear friends.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, member of the National Security Education Board, former strategist to President Trump, and you're listening to the Salem Radio broadcast and America First.
So they're brothers quite successful one of them is the mayor of Kiev and he posted or just came across my feed a video that I want to share with all of you because he speaks English he's gone back there to live he's gone back there to fight massive dude walking around a war zone shelled out civilian areas he doesn't even have You know, a protective detail.
The guy behind him has a plate carrier body armor.
He doesn't.
And he just wants you to understand what's happening in Europe right now.
This is kindergarten.
This is living district.
City of Kyiv, the capital.
That's what Russian army and missiles are doing to our life.
And that's what you're doing.
Everyone who is doing business with Russia, the blood is on your hands, too.
This is not military object.
This is residential district, city of Kiev.
Look at this.
This is genocide of Ukrainian population.
Not much you can say after that.
Walking through the rubble.
The camera walked around him, panned around him, and there wasn't a building in 360 degrees that didn't have the front wall missing, the roof caved in, burnt out.
Every single building in that residential area, including the first he started with, is a kindergarten shelled by the Russians.
So what do we do about it?
How can we help?
There are thousands of Americans going there.
Some to give medical assistance, former military.
Some to actually go and fight.
God bless every single one of them.
Because we have a man in the White House.
Do you know what happened when Russia said we might use nukes?
The White House didn't do what they should do.
Well, in that case, we will turn Moscow into a sheet of glass.
They said, don't do that.
That would be bad.
Incredible.
But we need to do something, and we can.
And I'm so delighted.
It's been very hard, as everybody's focused on this war, to get people to concentrate on suffering elsewhere.
So thanks to the people at Salem, Tom, everybody else, God bless you, what we do every year with Food for the Poor is now going to be targeted expressly to help those not in our hemisphere only, but to help the children, the families suffering in Ukraine.
They've been working overnight, over the weekend, and now they have joined forces with an organization that's been helping those suffering in Eastern Europe for eight years.
Let's listen to Ed Rains of Food for the Poor, who explains this new partnership and how you can save lives in Ukraine right now.
Ukraine is not in our theater of operations.
So we thought about our partners.
Who is it that we have a relationship with?
So Feed My Starving Children quickly came on to the radar.
They are an essential part of what we do in our countries.
And we understood from them that they have confidence in being able to do the work in the Ukraine because they've been there for the last eight years.
Feed My Starving Children is now the strategic partner of Food for the Poor.
And when you donate at my website, you will be helping the children who were bombed out of that kindergarten.
Those who couldn't escape.
3 million got out of the 44 million population, but there's 41 million left.
Women and children as well.
Will you donate as much as you can?
It's a war in Europe.
This administration is doing very little, but you can literally save lives today.
If you want to call them, super easy.
It's 855-330-HOPE.
That's 855-330-4673 or the easiest 80% of you do this you just go to my website SebGorka.com and right at the top you can see it's in the Ukrainian flag colors yellow and blue help Ukraine tab right at the top of my website SebGorka.com just hit the help Ukraine tab so that At least somebody in this country can make a difference and save some lives.
That's S-E-B G-O-R-K-A SebGorka.com and the Help Ukraine banner at the top.
God bless every single one of you who is helping and who will help.
Okay, I'm gonna... This is big.
This is important.
We need to do this.
Your call is 833-33-GORCA.
That's 833-334-6752.
We'll be talking to Daniel Hoffman, former CIA station chief in Moscow later this hour, Kyle Mann of the Babylon Bee, and then General Spaulding in the third hour.
But waiting very, very patiently on the line.
Let's go to Bob San Diego.
Welcome to America First.
I'm a big fan, so thanks for taking my call.
Anyway, currently there's no vacancy on the Supreme Court, And I don't see why the Republicans are participating in hearings.
If they wait until there's a resignation, then they start the hearings.
But there is.
There is.
Breyer.
No, he announced he will do it.
He hasn't resigned, he's still sitting on the Court.
Well, he said when this term ends, this year, after this current session, he will no longer be on the Court.
So they're not going to wait until it's empty.
Well, here's what I'm saying.
Republicans should say, we're waiting until there's a resignation.
Then we'll start the hearings.
In November, there'll be an election.
In January, the Republicans will control the Senate, and we won't have to put up with these leftist nominees that Biden's coming up with.
Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob!
What planet have you been living on?
It's not the planet I live on.
That would require a spine for the GOP.
What are you talking about?
Where have you been?
Under a rock?
You got me there.
Seriously.
I love the idea.
I love the plan.
You know, you boycott the hearings until Breyer is in his old people's home.
Already, you can watch the footage today, they're treating her with kid gloves, super nice, even, who was it?
I think it was that little, what's the guy who was McCain's shadow, his little puppet?
Lindsey Graham.
Graham, thank you.
Greg Graham said, we're not going to treat you the way we treated Kavanaugh.
Why?
Why can't we be nasty to you?
You know, this woman who has been, you know, let's say the word they like to use, problematic when it comes to sex offenders when she was a judge.
My friend, they don't have a spine.
That's not why they're going to do what you suggest.
I love it, Bob.
Great idea.
But the GOP would have to grow a pair.
Thank you for your call.
Let's go to Glenn, Arizona.
Welcome to America First, Glenn.
Hey, Seb.
I got a question for you.
My mom, you know, she's a big Donald Trump supporter, but she's really bought into a lot of this propaganda, and it's really nothing more than that.
Where does she get it from?
You mean the propaganda on Russia and Ukraine, and Putin's a nice guy?
Yeah, and just, she, even last year, remember when they, at January 6th, when they had all the National Guard, my mom was saying, oh, they're there because they're going to put Trump back in, and she just, I don't know how to get to her, but yeah, she loves Trump.
First things first, Glenn, where is she getting it from?
Because you can't, you know, the idea that they're going to reinstate President Trump, she didn't make that up.
She got that garbage from somewhere.
So short of taking her phone away from her, first things first, what is she reading?
Who is she talking to?
Most of the time it's people online.
I can't remember exactly the source.
B.R.S.N.
I think that's the acronym.
I might be wrong, but it's always online.
Again, she's a Trump supporter.
She loves Trump.
All right, so here's what you do.
You stay on the line.
We're going to get your email address and we're going to send to you, I think it's probably the most popular article we've posted on our website.
It stemmed from a lot of people not quite being in your mom's position, maybe your position, and they called out the show.
They said, how do I know what's true?
How do I know what's real?
Who can I trust?
We sat down with the whole team and we went through all the sources that we trust, and we wrote an article on the 14 internet sources, the 14 publications that we use here, that are verified, have a reputation for actually getting it right again and again and again, from Breitbart to The Federalist to Daily Caller, Daily Wire, on and on and on, justthenews.com, and just ask your mom, hey, have you read this?
Maybe you should check that out.
Maybe don't listen to the stuff that nobody's ever heard of, doesn't have a way to back it up, doesn't refer to people unless they're anonymous.
We'll send you that article.
We'll post it on my Twitter and Facebook feeds.
Guys, do not undermine our side with the garbage.
Only sources that have proven themselves to be reliable.
Because guess what?
The left will use that division against us.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
This is America First.
Thank you.
Mike's back on.
I've not been taught how to do critical thinking, right?
Yeah.
I get it all the time.
Even friends who say, hey, did you know?
And I'll say, OK, who's the source?
And they'll say, well, my cousin's brother's mechanic knows somebody at the CIA.
And you go, uh.
It's the, I'm just asking questions crowd.
The, oh, I'm just asking questions.
Yeah, that's another thing.
But when you think that a source you can't verify, It's true, then you go, hang on a second, what if they told you sell your house today and buy a magic bean?
I mean, would you do that?
No, you wouldn't, right?
Well, the other thing is that the distrust in, you know, established media sources entirely has driven people to think that, you know, well, it's not the evil media, so maybe you could... I don't know how to get inside the head of somebody who's not...
It's tough.
All right.
Titles for the pre-record as well as Spalding.
Oh, Spalding.
For today's third hour.
How China could win the Ukrainian war.
Could win the Ukrainian war.
All right.
Okay.
And what's the pre-record we did today?
O'Neal?
Um, oh, that was a good line he had.
What was that line?
Something.
Why they believe the conspiracies.
Why they believe the conspiracies.
Oh, all right.
No, why?
Why?
Why people believe conspiracy theories?
People believe conspiracy theories.
Alright, I'm calling him up now.
Skype channel one.
Conspiracy theories.
Ringing at the far end.
The line all these people have, too, is look into it.
Look into it.
It's never like... Well, the Q&A thing is, you know, ask questions.
Hello, Mr. Mann.
Can you hear us?
Yes, absolutely.
Wonderful.
We have you on video.
70 seconds to back on the radio, but we're live on video.
And it's the Babylon Bee Guide to Wokeness, right?
Yes.
Okay, cool.
Is your account reactivated or not?
No.
All right, all right.
We're going to be doing breaking news here.
All right.
Standby, 60 seconds.
Standing by.
Where did you make your statement?
Because that's why I asked you on about, you know, not deleting.
Where did you do that?
Our CEO, Seth, did a tweet from his own account saying that we're not going to back down.
What's that account?
Do you know?
Seth Dillon.
Seth Dillon.
OK, got it.
OK, 40 seconds.
OK.
Israel here.
OK.
30 seconds.
Okay.
All right.
20 seconds.
Stand by.
Mm-hmm.
Yep.
Thank you.
Portions of America First are brought to you by Food for the Poor. - No.
You're coming this winter with me to a warmer climb, aren't you?
Tell me you've done it.
You want to get rid of those COVID blues and come with me, Dinesh D'Souza and his lovely wife, Debbie, to the Holy Land for our Stand With Israel tour.

Okay, news was made over the weekend with an individual and his company that we had on the show just, I don't know, a couple of weeks ago.
We've got to get him to comment on it.
He was so gracious when I DM'd him.
He said, yes, happy to come on the show.
He's the editor-in-chief of that, increasingly, I'm not sure if it's a satirical or just a factual account, it is the website, the Babylon B. Kyle Mann Editor-in-Chief.
Welcome back to America First.
Yeah, thanks for having me.
All right, so you posted, or the Babylon Bee posted, your Man of the Year award.
Something happened to your Twitter account, and then the CEO, Seth, responded.
So tell us what has happened to you, the relationship between you and the oligarchs of Palo Alto.
Yeah, we posted, we were just trying to honor Rachel Levine, you know, so we gave Rachel Levine our award for Man of the Year.
And somehow Twitter didn't like that.
But hang on, he is a man.
So what's the problem?
I mean, I don't I don't agree with you giving him man of the year award.
I think that should be somebody like, oh, I don't know, the president of Ukraine.
But it's First Amendment.
So you can choose.
You can choose this man who goes by the name Rachel.
I don't know why.
So what's the issue?
What's the problem?
Well, Twitter didn't like the implication that Rachel Levine was a man.
So we were just trying to honor somebody and it kind of backfired.
Very disappointing.
But yeah, we got locked out of our account and they will not let us back in until we delete the tweet and we have to bow the knee to liberal ideology in order to get back into our Twitter account.
So that's where we stand right now.
All right.
I'm not going to do any more satire because you're the professionals at that.
We're just going to do straight reporting here.
So I have it in front of me.
This is Seth Dillon's personal account.
He's got a screenshot of what Twitter said to the Babylon Bee account.
I have here the screencap.
All it says is the Babylon Bee's account and your tweet was, The Babylon Bee's man of the year is Rachel Levine.
Yeah, it's a little spicy, but it's fun.
And then Twitter responds, Hi, the Babylon Bee.
Your account, the Babylon Bee, has been locked for violating Twitter rules.
Specifically for, block letters, violating our rules against Hateful conduct.
You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease.
Unless I guess Their name's President Trump.
So here it says that you were suspended.
I'm reading literally the terms of condition, the suspension, that you must not be promoting violence or threatening or harassing people based upon their gender or gender identity.
Did you harass?
Did you threaten, Rachel?
Or what's his real name, Fred Levine?
No, not at all.
Of course, we just told a satirical joke that was pointing to a Truth, you know, obviously satire a lot of times points to an underlying truth, and it pointed to the truth that, you know, men are men and women are women, and obviously we're telling that in a funny, satirical way, and that's obviously why they came after it.
So, there was no harassment, there was no threat, there was no violence.
It's comedy, it's satire, so it's done in a lighthearted way.
Thousands of people have made the same point in various ways and not gotten their account taken down, and for some reason they decided to come after us for this one.
Okay, so I'm looking at the account that's been suspended, so you haven't been able to post anything for 23 hours, because you have to delete this tweet first before they allow you back in.
You have 1.3 million followers.
I'm a little jelly, 1.2 myself, but 1.3 million followers.
So what are you guys going to do?
Are you just going to hold the line?
You, Seth, the whole team?
Yeah, our take on it at the moment is that we can't, in good conscience, delete that tweet.
Because you really do have to click through all this list of things that they tell you.
I agree not to do this hate speech anymore.
And implicitly, by deleting the tweet, you're agreeing that you violated this hate speech policy.
Oh, hang on, hang on.
This is fascinating.
Hang on.
So I didn't know that.
I didn't know that.
So you don't just, you're not just forced to delete the tweet.
Before you're allowed to do that, you have to do like some Maoist self-criticism?
You have to start flogging yourself, basically, before you're allowed back on.
So we're not going to do that.
We're going to stand firm and see what legal action we have or what kind of recourse we have to do this.
So we're going to kind of wait Twitter out and see what they do.
We're going to obviously try to go through some avenues where we contact Twitter, see if we can negotiate something there.
But we can't delete that tweet.
I mean, it's just a joke.
It's comedy, and it's pointing to a truth.
But yeah, but it's true.
That's the thing.
It's true, right?
So why would you be, you know, forced to delete something that's true?
Unless, of course, this isn't about the truth.
It's about propaganda.
Do you have any... I mean, you guys have been doing this for how many years?
Six, seven, eight years now, right?
The Babylon Bee?
Yeah, Babylon Bee's been around for six years.
This is the first time we've been actually banned from Twitter for hate speech.
Do you have any sense, since you've been doing it so long, we're talking to Carl Mann, editor-in-chief of the Babylon Bee, how this works?
Because you're right, it's so capricious.
Other people will say this stuff all the time, nothing happens.
Then, you know, somebody gets zapped, another person gets suspended.
I was deleted from YouTube for, again, telling the truth, or one of my guests did.
Is this like random guy, somebody is in some monitoring station in Ulaanbaatar and says, ooh, that's wrong, let's suspend their account, or do you think it's more planned?
You know, they said, okay, today's Sunday, let's take out the Babylon beat.
Do you have any sense what happens behind the curtain in the Great Oz?
Well, I'm not, you know, I didn't used to be much of a conspiracy theorist, but the last couple years have proved that I was wrong.
So I wouldn't be surprised if there's a coordinated attack, and I wouldn't be surprised if it started happening from other social networks as well.
But, you know, they always say that it's based on how many reports they get.
So maybe a few angry people reported it as hate speech.
Right, right.
Could be having to react to those.
The book is The Babylon Bee Guide to Wokeness.
Support them by getting that today.
The national bestseller, The Babylon Bee Guide to Wokeness.
Last question for you, Kyle.
Are you on other platforms?
Are you on Truth Social?
Are you going to just move over together?
Can you divulge any plan of action you guys have?
Yeah, we remain on most other social platforms, including some of these alternative ones that have been popping up.
We also have a direct subscription service at BabylonBee.com where people can subscribe to our newsletter and support us financially in the meantime while we lose revenue from Twitter traffic.
All right, support these guys.
It's more than just amusing, it's actually fabulous commentary on where we are today.
It's the underscore Kyle underscore man, double M is his Twitter account, and of course Babylonbee.com.
Keep fighting the good fight, my friend.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
Next up, CIA former station chief in Moscow, Daniel Hoffman, on what's the latest in Ukraine, in Russia.
This is America First.
Mike's back on.
Thank you, buddy.
Keep us... If there's any update or something you want to share, just DM me, text me, whatever.
Will do.
Thank you very much.
Thanks, guys.
Thank you.
All righty.
That was a kind of generic outer, I don't think it... I didn't recognize it.
The music?
It's just a little bit.
All right, gotcha.
Doesn't talk to me.
I'm more surprised with the Eric, I didn't recognize it.
Why?
It's the outro to, like, uh, Mr. Brightside, which is a wildly popular song.
Who's it by?
The Killers.
Never heard of them.
You've never heard of The Killers?
No.
Me neither.
You've never... alright, I guess, bro.
You're a Zoomer, remember?
That's not true.
What generation is it?
Uh, I don't even... Alright, you tidying him up?
Uh, yes.
The Killers.
That's not a very politically correct name for a band.
No.
Alright, dieting.
Ringing at the far end.
Yeah, 2001.
Mr. Hoffman, can you hear us?
Were you even alive back then, Eric, 2001?
Yeah, I was seven.
I remember Nihilist faintly well.
Hello, Mr. Hoffman.
Hey, buddy.
We're on our video streams.
So, are you getting any sleep nowadays?
Oh, I'm doing fine, thank you.
How are you doing?
Good, good, good, good.
Not too bad.
Thank you for joining us, buddy.
Oh, my pleasure.
How much time do we have before we go on?
Uh, two minutes.
You got two minutes.
You can, you can catch up on your emails.
Okay.
Uh, title for Mr. Man.
How long is, hang on, how long was cut five from, uh, Friday?
The Medvedev one.
Was it long?
I don't remember.
Let me check real quick.
Let me see if it's in there or not.
I was going to say, I don't think I had it on my paper.
We have pod and relief here.
I can't find it in here.
What do you mean you can't find it?
The former Russian president.
Oh yeah, here, it's here.
How long is it?
It's 17 seconds long.
Oh good, play it.
You want to use it?
Just play it.
Let me get it real quick.
Let's call it today's cut 10.
Okay.
Medvedev, right...
It's just the report on it.
Finally, a bizarre warning from the former president of Russia, now a security official, Dmitry Medvedev.
He basically said that Russia had the right to put the U.S.
in its place for, get this, stirring up, quote, disgusting Russophobia.
Interesting take.
Back to you.
All right, I'm going to use that, but I'll... You'll tee it up?
Yeah, I'll tee it up.
Okay.
Okay.
Pod relief, 35 seconds.
Okay.
Oh, yeah.
Angle's good.
Shot's good.
Audio's good.
All right.
Yeah, that song is the longest charting single on the UK singles chart of all time.
Really?
That's not possible.
Longer than, like, the Beatles?
300 weeks.
Bohemian Rhapsody?
Oh, charting in general, not at the top.
I think so, yeah.
Standby.
Standby.
We'll talk about that later.
The things you know.

He is, of course, former CIA station chief in Moscow, Daniel Hoffman.
Dan, welcome back to America First.
Thanks a lot.
Good to be with you.
All right.
Got to have the updates.
Maria, Paul, everything else.
But I want to share this clip with you from the person who pretended to be the president of Russia while they changed the constitution, who's now, I think, the deputy chairman of the National Security Council in Moscow.
He's Medvedev and rattling a saber.
Finally, a bizarre warning from the former president of Russia, now a security official, Dmitry Medvedev.
He basically said that Russia had the right to put the U.S.
in its place for, get this, stirring up, quote, disgusting Russophobia.
Interesting take.
Back to you.
Disgusting Russophobia!
I don't think anybody has to stir up disgusting Russophobia when you have the Kremlin bombing kindergartens and theatres that are being used to protect and be refuges for children and women.
Dan, explain to us what the significance... Is there any significance to Medvedev making that statement or is this just letting off steam?
The only significance is that he's kind of playing on Vladimir Putin's team and Putin is just spewing Disinformation and propaganda.
No surprise there.
He's a KGB guy.
That's what he does.
And I can tell you, I've listened to Medvedev speak a lot.
He's the deputy at the National Security Council for Russia.
All that means is he's a Putin sycophant.
And what he said, obviously, was outrageous, given what Russia has done, launching indiscriminate attacks on Ukrainian civilians.
Anybody who has any degree of Russophobia, they're certainly justified.
What does it mean when Putin himself last week, incredibly, for the anniversary of the invasion of Crimea, packs a stadium with little babushkas who didn't look too happy waving the Russian flag, and has this big rally to celebrate the first invasion of Ukraine.
Is that a sign of weakness?
What does that mean to you, Daniel, as a watcher of the Kremlin?
I've been to Luzhniki.
I used to go running around there.
It's a nice place to go for a run.
Somebody in Vladimir Putin's inner circle probably had an idea for some Potemkin Village propaganda stunt, and that's all it is.
They typically pay people to go to those things or, metaphorically speaking, hold a gun to their face and say, you can either show up for this nationalist parade in honor of our great leader or not.
And you know what the right answer is.
It's just like when you try to do a poll in Russia and ask people what they think of the leadership of the country, they've kind of got one answer for that, unfortunately.
Everything we hold near and dear here in the United States, liberty, freedom, democracy, Vladimir Putin's at war with that.
He's not just at war with Ukraine, he's at war with those things, with liberty, freedom, democracy, everything enshrined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
That's what he hates.
Yeah, that's the real threat to him, Representative Galbraith.
And how significant is it, we've got you for one more minute, then we'll keep you over for another segment, how significant is it that two of his senior intelligence directors are now under house arrest?
That's not a good sign, is it?
It's a good sign for us, not a good sign for them.
Very Stalin-esque.
You know, when things aren't quite going right, then Vladimir Putin is going to look for scapegoats.
Scapegoats in his military, scapegoats in the FSB, that's his ruthless federal security police responsible for repressing Uh, the Russian population and conducting intelligence operations in the former Soviet Union, including in Ukraine.
So look, this isn't going according to plan, even if Vladimir Putin keeps saying it is, and he's got to find other people other than himself who are responsible.
But this is where he runs into trouble because those people he's targeting might think it's maybe a good idea to preemptively to, you know, to deal with Putin before he deals with them.
So there's a risk in what Vladimir Putin is doing.
His strategy is not, uh, Doesn't come without risk to him.
Right, because the question is for the next guy, the next replacement, am I going to be the person who's put under house arrest the next time?
He's Daniel Hoffman, former CIA station chief in Moscow.
Follow him right now at Daniel Hoffman DC.
That's Daniel Hoffman DC.
He'll be back with us in a moment.

Of, you know, how safe is Putin? how safe is Putin?
Let's tease that out a little bit.
No b-roll for Relief Factor?
I had it.
I was taking care of something else in the middle of that with the remaining videos.
But yeah, I still have that b-roll.
So how many hits are you doing a day nowadays?
It depends on the day.
Anywhere from two to five.
And then I do radio for other people.
I did a long one on Fox Nation today.
But sometimes people on the, you know, just radio people call me and ask me to do something.
Right.
Not Fox, and I'll do that.
But this is your favorite one, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, I mean.
Goes without saying.
Goes without saying.
I was just on the phone with John Solomon and told him I was coming here and he said, oh yeah, I was just doing a cover show.
Exactly.
We had that one exactly an hour ago.
Yeah.
You know, the people who signed the Hunter Biden.
I read the letter.
That's how I opened the show.
I read the letter that they wrote in 2020.
They asked me to.
I don't want to comment on it yet because I've got to go back and do the research in my own emails.
They asked me to sign it.
And I said, no, I didn't think it was really.
I just didn't.
I said, I don't have the confidence in this to sign it, but I don't want to get into it just because I've got to go back and see.
Who asked me.
I think it was Nick Shapiro, but I don't want to start shooting arrows at him without knowing for sure.
I just don't know.
But you should write a piece about it.
It's a great story how you were asked and you said, no, I don't buy it.
That'd be great.
I got shit from people because they said, well, you dinged the Steele dossier.
And I said, yeah, I felt confident about that one.
And I turned out to be right.
Right.
No, you should write a piece.
Yeah.
When you write, it's mostly for Fox?
Or where do you write?
Washington Times every other week.
I'm on their staff.
One minute.
There are two people who didn't do that.
Me and Mark Keltner.
I don't know anybody else who didn't sign it.
But I was really... I just looked at that and I'm like, no, I can't say that.
I couldn't believe it.
I was reading the list and I saw a colleague of mine from RAND, Greg Treverton, even signed it.
The guy who ran all our IC stuff.
Yeah.
But, yeah, I mean, it's just a, it's a shame, because, anyway.
Yeah, well, and then they don't comment now, which means you have no credibility.
You screwed up, and you won't, you won't say you screwed up.
You have to, now you're on the hook.
You signed with him.
Right.
Now you got to say, what were you thinking, and what's your comeback?
Yep.
15 seconds.
Stand by, stand by.
We've got merchant relief here.
Mm-hmm.
Yep.

We are back with former CIA Station Chief in Moscow, Daniel Hoffman.
Follow him, Daniel Hoffman, D.C.
Two big questions I have left for you.
Number one, we've seen coups in Russia before, we've seen revolutions, we've seen the way, you know, what happened to Gorbachev as well.
Is this man, has he killed everybody or imprisoned everybody else?
Or put it another way, how fragile is Putin's reign inside Russia?
You've studied this and you know that autocracies are notoriously brittle, more so than they might appear to the casual observer.
War has not been kind to Russia.
The Russian Tsarist Empire collapsed in the wake of World War I, and as you pointed out, the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, and let's remember it was Brezhnev in the latter years of his life who ordered that invasion, that drove a lot of nails into the Soviet evil empire's coffin.
This is certainly stressing and straining the Russian elites.
And it's not beyond the realm of possibility that some of them might decide that Vladimir Putin's just not their guy anymore.
The tricky challenge is Vladimir Putin is, he was a KGB guy, so he's taking all sorts of precautions.
You know, in her book, Fiona Hill said that Putin never ate or drank anything in front of anybody.
I've heard those same stories about him.
He'll raise a glass and put it right down again, doesn't eat.
Keeps people at a distance from him.
It's not just the COVID.
It's just in general, he doesn't want to be near people who could hurt him.
So I'm sure the Russians could find a way to remove him if they thought they needed to.
Look, they have a hard time with logistics and getting tanks in the right places in Ukraine.
But when it comes to, you know, some kind of conspiracy against a leader, they could probably figure something out.
The question is whether this administration, the Biden administration, needs to make it clear That while there might not be an off-ramp for Putin, or maybe there is, but there's an off-ramp for all those Russian military guys who don't follow through with his orders to kill innocent civilians or, God forbid, use chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons.
It's unbelievable.
I'm using open-source material.
I've saved them.
I haven't posted them yet, but I've been finding online the passports.
They have the passports of the Russian conscripts who've been captured or killed, and it's shocking.
Nineteen-year-olds.
Nineteen-year-olds are being put into the meat grinder because of Putin's dreams of Neo-Tsarist Russia.
OK.
You're not a political guy.
You're an intelligence professional.
You're a commentator.
You've got to read this guy in The Washington Times.
You've got to follow him on Twitter at Daniel Hoffman DC.
But I want you to help me with trying to fix things on my political side of the matter.
There are conservatives who are trying to argue with me on social media that Zelensky's a puppet, he is an actor, which is weird because so is Ronald Reagan, he is corrupt, and the good guy is the KGB colonel who's fighting the globalists, fighting the World Economic Forum, and stopping genocide.
This is insanity for me as a child of somebody who was actually tortured and imprisoned by secret police officers in a communist regime.
It blows my mind that some people can believe this and especially those who say they're conservatives.
Can you explain why, Daniel, why Putin isn't some hero fighting globalism?
Vladimir Putin wants a segment of our population to believe that that's who he is.
That he is socially conservative and religious.
That's the view he wants us to have of him.
He's a KGB guy.
He's a chameleon.
At the heart of it though, he's a dark, evil person.
And it's on his orders that the Russian military has been bombing civilians in Ukraine.
But let's not forget That Russia mounted a massive cyber attack against Estonia that caused great harm, that Russia invaded Georgia, enabled Bashar al-Assad to use chemical weapons against innocent civilians in Syria, that he interfered in our elections, that he's mounted massive cyber attacks against us, that his KGB guys sent innocent people to gulags to be tortured and killed.
That's his legacy.
That's who he is.
There are plenty of great Russians, and I love the language and the people and the literature and culture and history and all of those things.
But Vladimir Putin, KGB intelligence officer, he distorts all of that.
And he's by no means our friend.
Now, President Zelensky is standing up for liberty and freedom and democracy.
He's on the front lines, refused to leave.
When the Biden administration offered him a ride, he said, no, I don't need ammunition.
I don't need a ride.
The fight is here.
He's standing up for what matters.
And it is he who has awakened the West from its post-Cold War slumber to stand for democracy, and that matters.
Now, does Ukraine have issues?
Sure.
And our embassy in Ukraine has been working on those issues, and the West has with Ukraine writ large.
There's a lot of issues bigger than Zelensky to deal with.
But if Russia hadn't been interfering in Ukraine's internal affairs and shutting down the power grid and conducting massive cyber attacks and invading Ukraine and illegally annexing Crimea, Ukraine would be in a far better place.
It's too bad.
They live in a tough neighborhood.
But I can tell you that, you know, we got to stand for what matters.
You're right about invoking President Reagan.
You know, remember the city on a hill.
It matters.
Last 60 seconds.
Please address this as a guy who had to protect and implement U.S.
national security interests in Moscow during the bad years.
The idea that Vladimir Putin is a champion of Western civilization and Christianity, Dan.
Well, he wasn't when he was in the KGB, but he realized for political reasons that he could own a piece of Russia's population by making it appear as if he were religious.
And, you know, I hate to be so, gosh, you know, it's just corrupt almost, you know, to people who have faith.
It's just not right.
It's not ethical or moral what he did.
But he's also used the Russian church, the Orthodox church, to try to divide Ukraine, to try to run his espionage operations there.
That's what he does.
He just, you know, the ends justify whatever means he chooses.
It's really quite a shame.
And Russia would do, you know, would do well to come to grips with their own history, starting with Vladimir Putin and what he's tried to do to their great nation, frankly.
Good description.
Not just evil but also a chameleon.
Don't fall for it because he wants you to fall for it.
Daniel Hoffman, DC.
God bless you.
Thank you for doing what you do.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Yeah, we do at our favorite place.
All right, take care, guys.
Thanks again for having us.
Thanks, buddy.

Cheers.
All right, can you do this if I send you the link?
He's made that t-shirt go live.
Uh, yes.
So just go to SebGorkaStore.com.

They're both.
They actually ruined heavyweight boxing for about 10 years because they wouldn't fight each other.
They're two best heavyweights.
Oh, that's funny.
Yeah, yeah.
Oh, that's cool.
All right.
I didn't even get a chance to really look at what it all was.
It's stylish.
It's tasteful.
It's stunning.
It is everything you want to wear.

Is this going to sell better than just the Zelensky t-shirt?
I don't know!
It's not up to us, it's up to you.
But I tell you what, I want one of those t-shirts right now, because the fight for freedom is eternal, it's forever, and they're living their 1776 right now.
Send a message to the Biden administration that you understand what America means.
Go to sebgorkastore.com.

Let's go to Todd in Atlanta.
Todd, welcome to America First.
Yes.
Yes, Dr. Gorka.
If you recall, when Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait, they were able to put together a coalition of the willing at the UN based on the atrocities he was committing.
Do you see any hopes for a similar scenario with the Ukraine?
I don't know, because I don't think so.
That was 1990, so that was, what was that, 32 years ago.
We'd just come out of the Cold War.
We had massive capabilities.
The armor that we deployed, how many nations?
It was 20, almost 30 nations.
We don't have the capabilities.
The only real expeditionary force that exists today is the US.
So it's a different era, different capabilities, and politics has changed.
At least, you know, we had leaders who wanted to do tough things if it meant it was in the national interest.
Today it's all about polls, and this administration is afraid of Russia.
So sadly, it's an interesting model, but it can't happen today for obvious reasons.
But thank you for the call, Todd.
Nancy waiting very patiently in California.
Nancy, welcome to America First.
Hi!
Hello?
Yes, go ahead.
Go ahead.
You're on the line.
Oh, my goodness.
Yay!
I made it through.
Hello.
Thank you for taking my call.
I am trying my hardest to get people in my neighborhood, or even better, Los Angeles, or the state, or the country, however I can get the word out.
I'm trying to get people to boycott buying gas tomorrow, the 22nd.
That's World Water Day.
Why boycott gas?
I don't understand.
Why boycott gas?
I don't understand.
Because of the gas prices.
I'm sure everybody's sick of paying them.
But what difference does it make if we boycott it?
If we boycott it, but we need to all do it.
No.
Sorry.
Disagree.
Pointless.
No thanks.
No thanks, Nancy.
Makes no sense.
People have jobs to do.
You gotta actually have fuel in your truck if you're actually going to work.
Call back another day with a better idea.
Boycotting gas?
When it is the lifeblood of the economy, doesn't make much sense.
Gotta welcome Youngstown, Ohio, Talk of the Town News Talk, 97.7 FM, 1570 AM.
Welcome to the America First family.
Next here on America First, my former Trump administration colleague, B2 stealth bomber, General Rob Spalding.
The End
The End Before we get down to business, this is a topic I am massively interested in with somebody who knows of what he speaks.
Let me just thank all of you who have donated to our Food for the Poor campaign.
We are watching the horrors in Ukraine much, much closer to home.
In our hemisphere, hundreds of thousands of children are going to bed hungry.
We have audio from a lovely 16-year-old girl who understands that this is something we can change so very, very easily.
Listen to Sarah.
Hello, this is Sarah from Eldorado County.
I just wanted to say I really admire your work with Food for the Poor each year.
And I'm 16 years old.
I live at home, so I don't really make a whole lot of money.
But I have an envelope that I keep on my nightstand.
And each time I do get some money, I put a little bit away throughout the year, maybe like a dollar or two.
And, uh, it's for food for the poor.
And so, this year I saved up $80 to give.
And I'm not saying any of this to brag.
I just wanted to encourage your listeners who probably make more money than I do.
So, if you can just spare a little bit, that would be good.
Talk to you later.
Bye.
16 years old and she's raised $80.
If you earn more than Sarah does, will you be a guardian angel?
Please help these children.
They're innocent.
They go to bed hungry.
They wake up hungry.
You can make a difference.
Food for the Poor has the food.
It has been donated, but they just need to get it to those suffering children.
$88 once will feed a child for a whole year and provide them clean drinking water for life.
Be that modern missionary as our Lord and Savior told us.
Come unto me, the little children.
Call today, 855-330-HOPE.
Make a donation in any amount, as much as you can.
That's 855-330-4673.
Or just go to my website, sebgawker.com, and click on the Give Life banner.

He was in the studio recently.
And it was such a scintillating, tantalizing interview.
We said, we've got to get him back for the whole hour.
My former White House colleague, former senior director for strategy in the Trump administration, in the National Security Council.
He is the author of several books.
Stealth War is the first.
He's got a brand new one coming out imminently called War Without Rules.
He used to fly stealth bombers.
He's a general, retired U.S.
Army.
I prefer to do the British thing.
Brigadier Rob Spalding.
Welcome back to America First.
Great to be back.
Thank you.
So we brought you in to discuss the no-fly zone concepts, whether it's a good idea, a bad idea, the performance or underperformance of the Russian Air Force in the last three weeks in Ukraine.
But we can't talk about Russia without talking about the other big pieces of the jigsaw puzzle, especially China.
Let's continue first the discussion of how They plug in to the Russian efforts, how the sanctions strengthen China's position vis-a-vis Russia, and this interesting statement you made that maybe China can't help themselves when it comes to doing something egregious like invading another country.
So, first of all, the Russians have asked China for weapons to aid their effort in Ukraine.
Prior to that, the Chinese have refused to join sanctions against Russia or even call the invasion of Ukraine an invasion.
For the most part, the talking points coming out of China are that the United States created this conflict, that actually the United States and the West NATO provoked Putin to invade Ukraine.
So when you look at this holistically, you say, well, and we have the administration just came out and said someone, somebody leaked this in the administration that the administration is looking at how to drive a wedge between Russia and China.
And they think that Ukraine might be the opportunity.
And I read that article and I said, well, does that mean that they think that they can get a closer relationship with the Chinese Communist Party because therefore they'll, you know, stop supporting Russia?
It just tells you how fundamentally disconnected Washington, D.C.
is from how Russia and China work because, in essence, they're both on the same side, countering the United States, countering NATO, and counting the international order that we built after World War II.
How is that possible?
I mean, you've served as defense attaché in Beijing.
Will you speak to the lack of understanding in this city, Rob?
So you know that I wrote a report about 5G.
That report got leaked to the media.
The Telecom 5G.
The Telecom 5G.
The reason that report got leaked to the media was because industry Got wind of that report, which was calling out the challenges and opportunities with regard to 5G, particularly Huawei.
The IT China giant, the telecoms giant.
Correct.
Well, it was actually our telecoms giants that got wind of this and then put pressure on the administration to get rid of me.
So the reason you don't have either the administration, political appointees, or even now, they've stopped in the HPSE.
What is HIPC?
The House Intelligence Committee.
They had an ongoing dialogue, an ongoing investigation in China's infiltration of the United States.
That's been discontinued.
Can we just stop here because it's so crucial, given your panoply of knowledge, serving in Beijing, serving in the NSC, serving in the US Air Force, now writing the books for us to understand China.
Explain to us why this 5G thing matters, what China and Huawei wants, and why these aren't private free market actors.
Explain the strategic objective when it comes to telecommunications and data processing worldwide.
OK, so before I do that, I'm going to tell you how policy gets made in Washington, D.C., because it's integral to the problem that I was just talking about.
The reason that Congress and the reason the administration don't go after China for supporting Russia and the reason they don't want to is because the U.S.
corporate sector and the financial sector puts pressure on them not to say anything about China.
Because?
Because they're invested in China.
And because China, and many of the companies, is invested in them.
And so it is this financial and economic relationship between our corporate sector, our financial sector, and the Chinese Communist Party that is preventing any kind of criticism of China in supporting Russia.
And in all of those relationships, where does national security fit in for these corporations, Rob?
So this gets to the heart of your question with regard to 5G and is a story that begins with my participation in the war in Kosovo.
So I'm a young captain in the Air Force, had just left the B-52 to come over to the B-2.
I'm planning missions for B-2s that are dropping bombs in Serbia.
You remember... This is 95, 96?
1999.
April of 19... Actually, it's two months around the April time frame, but you remember what happened in that war?
We dropped bombs on the Chinese embassy.
So that's a whole story in and of itself.
Was that you, Rob?
Did you do that?
That was not me.
That was not me.
But I'll tell you this.
You can go look up the record on this.
What happened was the CIA picked the target.
It was the only target that the CIA picked in the war.
They thought it was what?
Well, what happened was they had a map of Belgrade, which the embassy was in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.
Well, they knew where the embassy was on the map, but they didn't have the street address for that location.
But, if you went over two streets over, and you picked that same street location, they had the lat long for that number.
So, 617 or whatever it was.
On another street?
On another street.
Okay.
Well, if that's 617, you know, 23rd Street, then this building must represent... Because all European streets have rational numbers, right?
They all line up.
They all line up.
And so that was problem number one.
So they passed the lat-long based on this just copying over two streets over and saying this must be the building.
It wasn't.
That's problem number one.
Problem number two is we have a database for highly valued sites where we go through this database to make sure that if we're dropping on a target that it's not near an embassy, it's not near a hospital.
They had not, so the Chinese had recently moved their embassy, they had not updated the database.
So anyway, the B-2 guys dropped on the target that they were directed, and that is the latitude, longitude, they dropped, so it was a perfect mission.
The CIA flubbed it out.

Rom, General Spalding, let's start with...
You served in Communist China as the defense attaché.
What is the first thing people who have no education, no understanding, have never traveled to even Asia need to know about this country?
What is the first misunderstanding?
Let's start there.
Well, so I went there in 2002 to 2004.
I studied at a university in China, Tongji University.
The year prior to that, the year that September 11th happened, I was learning Chinese.
So I spent a year at Defense Language Institute learning Chinese.
Oh, you know, a hardship post in Monterey, right?
It was tough, you know, right by the golf course.
So I spent two years in Shanghai with my family and it was an incredible experience, but I really didn't get an understanding of the government.
I got to know the people, the history, the culture, the geography of China, but I didn't get to understand the government.
And so getting back to how you think of warfare, you know, this coming of age, Dropping bombs, you know, in places like Serbia.
The lessons I learned about war was basically this.
In Serbia, we were trying to get rid of Milosevic, or at least to get him to stop killing the Kosovars.
That was Clinton's stated, you know, that's what he wanted to do.
That was in the interest of the United States that we stop that.
The way that Wes Clark wanted to do that was put boots on the ground.
Clinton said, no, we're going to use air power.
So for the first 45 days of that war, I was planning missions to go after empty barracks and ammo dumps.
Why?
Because Clark wanted to prepare the battlefield for the entry of boots on the ground.
The president said no.
Now what happened?
The war changed at day 45, where we actually understood, went after, understood the network supporting Milosevic, and we began to put pressure on them to stop the war.
Now, how do you think we did that?
We started using B-2s with 2,000-pound GPS-guided bombs to take away their assets.
How do you get to an elite?
You take away their assets, much like you see what's happening to the oligarchs in Russia now.
So what Clausewitz said, as you know, is that war is politics by other means.
In other words, war is a political act.
What we did in Serbia was basically force the political leadership to give up Milosevic and he ended up going to the Hague.
So that war went 45 days and then when we changed to putting pressure on the elites it was over in two weeks.
So this is the context.
So the context is your lesson learned in the campaign about former Yugoslavia is you have to know the right pressure points.
If you're pressing the wrong pressure point, you can drop as many MOABs as you want.
It's irrelevant.
Right.
So talk to us about what you learned about the Chinese government's pressure points.
So I come back from China in 2004 and I'm like, When I retire from the Air Force, I'm going to go live in China.
It's the greatest place.
Really?
They're doing all kinds of business.
You know, again, I didn't know anything about the government.
I just knew the people were great, and I had a great time.
But what was it about it?
Was it like it was a busing?
Yeah, it was on fire.
There was cranes all over the places, buildings being built, companies being built.
It was right when they entered the World Trade Organization.
It was so exciting.
I told my wife, I want to go back to China.
So fast forward, I raised through the ranks and eventually the Air Force says, hey, we want to send you back to China to be the defense attache.
So I go.
The first job on this journey that they wanted to groom me for was counsel on foreign relations in New York, then the joint staff working for the chairman, then to Beijing.
When I got to the Joint Staff working for the Chairman, that's when I began to understand that there are other ways that you can put pressure on elites.
You don't need weapons to do that.
If you create an economic or a financial relationship with an elite and you threaten to subsequently take away their wealth, that it is an equally powerful thing.
So you're talking about non-kinetic warfare?
So it's basically using the The elements of globalization and the internet to do the same things I was doing with the B-2, but do them without bloodshed.
So if war is political, then being political with the elites of the West was the way that China was going to win the war.
And this is unrestricted warfare.
This is what those two PLA colonels wrote about.
In 1999, so this is a seminal work written by two senior People's Liberation Army colonels, which is an explication with a little bit of propaganda filled in of how you take down a kinetically more powerful nation like America.
Sorry, carry on.
So the social contract, right, the thing that today the people in China love Xi Jinping, they love the Chinese Communist Party, and the social contract that Chinese Communist Party have with the people is we will provide you security, job security, we will provide you everything that you need as long as you give up your liberty.
And you do not challenge our right to rule over you.
If you do that, then we're going to disappear you.
But as long as you give up any pretense to having any say in how things go, you're fine.
And we're not just fine, we're going to rob the world on behalf of you.
Now, when you take that social contract and you try to push it on to the American people, what happens?
They rebel.
We rebelled against the king.
Well, what these two PLA colonels figured out is you can create the same kind of conditions in the West that China had created in the East, and it's all about controlling the narrative.
And this is where the coronavirus comes in.
It really is about bringing together these concepts The principles, doctrine if you will, military doctrine of the Chinese Communist Party into how geopolitics works, foreign policy works, national security works in the context of a post-Cold War world.
In other words, we want to become partners of the elites in the West so that we can get them to see the world through our eyes.
So that when we start to have these, you know, issues that affect our interests, that the elites in the free world will be on our side against the population.
So it's like training a Pavlovian response into the West despite them knowing that they're being trained to respond to China's interests.
Okay guys, this is getting fascinating.

Check it out, sebgorkastore.com.
The former president, the puppet president of Russia, Medvedev, made a statement last week directed to America.
Let's listen to what he said.
Finally, a bizarre warning from the former president of Russia, now a security official, Dmitry Medvedev.
He basically said that Russia had the right to put the U.S.
in its place for, get this, stirring up, quote, disgusting Russophobia.
Interesting take.
Back to you.
Yeah, disgusting Russophobia, vice-bombing hospitals.
What does it say to you as somebody who has experience directing strategy in the White House when a former Russian president who's clearly a mouthpiece for Putin says America has to be put in its place, Rob?
Well, I mean... Is that a statement of strength?
Well, can you put America in this place?
That's the question you have to ask.
I think any tin-pot dictator would want to put America in this place.
The question you're asking is, can we?
And I would say we can today.
Or at least prior to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, they were able to, at least vis-a-vis Russia.
So what I just talked about, this elite capture, this ability to get elites to think in your favor, that's globalization, right?
But it's the manipulation of globalization.
It's the weaponization of globalization against liberal democratic principles.
Global markets, blah, blah, blah.
This is their perversion of globalization.
It's the weaponization of globalization against liberal democratic principles.
To take the war a bit further, and this gets into your question about 5G.
So now you know how they go after the elites.
It's really about putting their wealth at risk.
How do you go after the population?
Because as we talked about last time, John Wharton said, don't go after the population because it tends to backfire against you.
But these two PLA colonels figured out that Silicon Valley figured out how to go after the population.
You've got to explain that.
So what is Silicon Valley going after the population mean in English, Rob?
So these things, these mobile smartphones, starting with the introduction of the iPhone in December 2007, And the introduction of 4G networks.
So the combination of the smartphone as a platform and, you know, wireless networks that actually had enough bandwidth to make them feasible as the thing that brought in, ushered in Uber, ushered in Facebook, ushered in, you know, the fangs as a 25% of the S&P 500 portion of our economy.
The fangs?
Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, and Google.
Using all this terminology, we've got to explain.
Sorry, Rob.
Before that, the top five, when the iPhone came out, the top five in market cap, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, Shell, AT&T, General Electric.
They're in the toilet now.
They're gone.
They're in the toilet.
The fangs rule the world.
Meaning the social media coms tech companies.
So the Chinese see this and like, this is very interesting.
We believe in political warfare.
We've figured out a way to get at the elites, but how do you get at the population?
Silicon Valley designed the tools to get at the population.
Meaning the mobile phones.
The mobile phones.
So the data that's collected on those phones gives you, the attacker, the insight into their intentions, perceptions, behaviors, And allows you to go back around and begin to change those behaviors.
So can I just stop you here for a second?
So for a lot of fighting back, or trying to Silicon Valley, everything else, the internal argument is that the phone The apps, the social media makes you the product.
You think you're using an iPhone.
You think you're using an app.
No, no, no.
You are the product because everything you click on, everything you choose, the information about you, your geolocation is sold every single day thousands of times.
What you're saying is it's not just U.S.
corporations using you, the user, as the product.
It's China saying, hey, that could be really useful politically, in terms of espionage, in terms of economic warfare.
They went to the next level.
Correct, Rob?
Yes.
So the tech companies, they say, OK, when you load a web page on your phone, that is real estate.
As that page loads, There is a bidding war for the ads that are placed on that phone.
And how that bidding war happens is the tech companies are telling them, this is where you are, this is what you like, and now the companies that are fighting to, and this is, by the way, this is the thing that you've been looking for most recently, and then they fight it out, whoever, for that ad space.
Guess what?
I can hack that.
And the reason I can hack that is I can say, huh, I know something important's going on right now, say at the White House.
There's this massive meeting happening, and all these tech CEOs are going in there, and I want to get them a message.
How do I do that?
I draw a circle, geographic circle, and time around that location.
You geolocate them.
I geolocate those devices and I say, I want to feed these ads.
And the reason I can say these ads, because I can say, okay, while these ads would normally sell on the open market for a fraction of a cent, I can say, I'll pay five cents for an ad at this time in this geolocation.
So I can send you an ad directly to your device.
Now it goes beyond that.
Hang on.
Hold that.
Hold that.
We're going to hold the going beyond that.
What we're talking about is targeting information to the people who can give you what you want in terms of your national security.
It's genius.
We're talking to Rob Spalding.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Relieffactor.com.
So I left you guys hanging.
He had something to say about how the Chinese could geolocate individuals at a meeting in the White House, and you said they could put a targeted ad, pay extra, get it to those policymakers, newsmakers, but it could be worse.
How could it be worse, Rob?
So, again, let's go back to how policy gets made in Washington, D.C.
The Chinese put pressure on a U.S.
corporation.
So one way, and I've seen this myself, a chipmaker, for example, in the U.S., Huawei, the company that buys the chips, tells the chipmaker, I want you to oppose policy that says we should not have Huawei in U.S.
telecommunications.
And that company wants the deal.
They want to sell chips, right?
So they go to Washington D.C.
with their lobbyists and they say, if you don't allow us to sell chips to Huawei, we can't make money, therefore we can't invest in technology, therefore that'll be the end of us.
And that resonates with Washington D.C.
You're sitting in that room and you're seeing this ad load and you're having a meeting at the White House on what you should do about this kind of policy and an ad comes from a U.S.
chip company that says, you know, we need to make sure that we don't ban so-and-so from being in U.S.
telecommunications networks.
And you have no idea this is coming from a Chinese actor buying that ad!
What a coincidence!
This ad is basically... I'm on Politico!
It's like it's talking directly to me!
Well, it is talking directly to you.
And so that ability to target an individual... Now here's the next one.
Okay, whatever your Pick a political scandal, like January 6th.
Say, okay, now guess what?
There's an ad for an article on January 6th that loads on your phone.
So what I'm telling you is, this doesn't stop at the water's edge, meaning your economic behavior.
It also transcends into social and political behavior as well.
This is 4G.
5G has nothing to do with this.
Explain what 5G is.
5G has to do with the cameras, microphones, sensors, machines arrayed around the city that basically allow you to leave this at home.
And the reason it allows you to leave this at home is because as you interact with the city, it's your face.
It's the way you walk, So they don't need to be tracking you on your phone, they can be doing facial recognition at the post office camera.
Bingo.
And so, what 5G is essentially this, and I witnessed this in 2017 when I was in China.
You walk into a store, say a 7-Eleven, you grab a bag of chips, you walk out.
You never pay for anything, you never hand somebody a credit card, you never even talk to anybody, right?
And what happens is that camera sees who you are, recognizes you, understands that you have this credit card account, understands that you just picked up that bag of chips, charges you, and you walk out the door.
Is that happening?
It was happening in China, in a form of that.
In China, in 2017, you could order food in a restaurant, on your phone, walk in, the server would greet you by name when they saw you come in, hey Rob, and hand you your food.
And the customer thinks this is cool.
This is convenient.
It's convenient.
So right now, I don't care who you are, you cannot get away from this surveillance in the United States or in just about anywhere else in the free world.
It's built into how we built the infrastructure for this.
As we move into 5G, So, say you don't, okay, I'm not gonna have a smartphone.
Forget it.
I don't like to be surveilled.
Well, guess what?
As we move into 5G, you don't get a vote.
The city watches you, and just like this was used for contact tracing, what happens when these cameras are all over the city?
I leave my phone at home.
I want to go have this meeting because I'm worried that, you know, somebody's tracking me.
You see it on your iPhone.
It pops up.
Hey, do you want us to log this on behalf of COVID?
No, please don't log this.
Guess what?
A camera just logged that for you and that information got sent to somewhere else.
You pulled into the gas station to get some gas and the camera got facial recognition.
What do we believe here in the United States?
We believe in the sanctity of the individual.
Freedom was granted by God.
It's not granted by a government, it's granted by God, and that is instantiated in our Constitution.
That's the whole idea behind the country that we established.
And the way we did that is to say, we are going to make power diffuse in this country.
It cannot be centralized.
What happened was we created this technology that enabled the aggregation of data about you and in doing so gave those companies and the people that had access to that data power over you as an individual.
Is there any way to put the genie back in the bottle?
I mean, I know you've got your company Semper.ai, but, you know, those cameras aren't going anywhere.
Nobody's going to take down those CCTV cameras.
So, Rob, is this un-inventable?
So, what 5G was, and so I said challenges and opportunities.
What are the opportunities?
The opportunities is rethink this digital panopticon we built for ourselves and make it more kindred to the principles upon which our nation was founded.
The way that you do that is to ensure that all the data that's collected about you is encrypted, so encryption is a key important part of that, and that the keys for that encryption, in other words it's locked up and you own the keys, and so if somebody wants access to it they have to go to you to get the keys.
But that Because all that data is out there now, owned by Facebook, owned by Google.
This has to be forced upon them and we are a free market democracy.
How do you force all that data that's out there back into a box that I, Sebastian Gorka, control if it's about me or you, Rob Spaulding, control if it's your data?
Good question.
What the opportunity that I envisioned was that 5G was this transformation of the internet.
It was a transformation of our infrastructure and it was the opportunity to then tie the licenses that went to spectrum holders.
In other words, the people building the networks.
Using the broadcast atmosphere.
Right.
And so since spectrum is owned by the American people, it's a common good.
You get licenses to use it.
The federal government could say if I'm going to grant you this license, but in order for you to use this license, the infrastructure that you build to do this is going to have to conform to certain standards, right?
So the government does standards.
So we're talking about standards built into our infrastructure that support the principles of democracy, but that are built into the technology that underpins these devices.
And so that's where I said, this is not a political problem or it's not a technology problem.
You can do it.
It's a political problem.
It's like warfare.
It's not a question of technology.
It's a question of will.
Follow this man.
I can't believe we're almost out of time.

Okay, this is nuts.
I feel like we've been talking for five minutes.
I'm so glad you were in the White House covering these issues for President Trump and the National Security Council.
Got a couple of minutes left.
I want everybody to order the book War Without Rules.
I'm going to say one thing I think is the biggest thing that isn't understood with regards to China or Russia's way of doing war.
You tell me if there's one bigger than that.
For me, I think most Americans think war is a switch you flick.
We live in peacetime.
Then Pearl Harbor happens and we flick the war switch.
We mobilize and we go to war.
Then we beat Tojo.
We beat Hitler.
And we have the armistice.
We have the peace treaties on the deck of an aircraft carrier.
and we flick the switch back to peace.
That's not what China thinks.
It's not what Russia thinks.
It's not what Iran thinks.
War is constant.
Peace is the anomaly.
Is there something I'm missing?
Is there something bigger than that, Rob?
No, that's it.
I think that the thing that you talked about with regard to you as the product, right?
You as a product in the 21st century translates to you as the target.
Oh, that's good.
And that's what we don't understand.
You gotta write that.
That is a fabulous article.
And then, to solve it...
Everyone who's listening to this show, the millions of people, have to take action so that they are no longer targetable.
Well they don't, they can't, because we've... No, through their politicians.
Through their politicians, we need... So just like, how do you obscure a target?
You obscure a target by, you know, having smoke go in front of it.
You know this, I mean this is... You hide it.
You hide it, right?
What encryption does, if it's built into the infrastructure and tied to your identity, What it does is allow you to hide.
And in that hiding allows our democracy to thrive.
Do we have good enough encryption to do that for everybody?
We now have post-quantum encryption, encryption that cannot be broken, which means that it's not an algorithm that develops the encryption.
It is a truly randomized number that's applied to an encryption standard that prevents a quantum computer from breaking it.
That's the encryption that we have to apply.
And more importantly, we have to build that into the infrastructure that powers these.
Because if you don't, then there's no way to protect our democracy.
Fabulous.
Absolutely fabulous.
I'm not a geek, I'm not a wonk, but this stuff has got me excited.
It's Stealth War is the first book.
