I flew to California very early yesterday morning to LA and flew back on the red eye last night.
If I'm not up to my usual sparkly self it's because I'm running a little bit on fumes but I am mildly caffeinated and I think the guests we have will bring us to the level that you expect of me
But yesterday I spent the whole day with my colleagues from Salem, the incredible Dennis Prager, my rabbi, with Eric Metaxas, with Larry Elder, and one of our newest podcast members from the podcast stable, the incredible founder, the president of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk.
And it was an unusual mission.
I hadn't done this before.
I've been interviewed many times.
You've seen me on TV.
I've been part of documentaries like Amanda Milius's amazing The Plot Against the President.
But yesterday we were invited to do something a little bit new.
We sat down in a lovely facility.
It was a bar that had been shut down for our purposes for filming.
And we were Part of a new movie by Dinesh D'Souza, the great Dinesh D'Souza, the man who was politically persecuted and imprisoned by Obama and who was then later pardoned by my former boss, President Trump.
And he has a new film that is coming out in April imminently.
It was teased by Greg Abbott at the Texas rally with President Trump at the weekend.
The trailer is out there.
It's called 2000 mules.

I wasn't sure about the title and I can't divulge everything that's in the movie because well, I believe, and I told you as much, and I think my team here agreed with me, that we have the evidence.
After that video was made available out of Westchester County, of the local police intercepting in the dead of night, actually in the wee early hours of the morning, an unmarked jumbo jet Being accompanied by CIA contractors from the MVMLC company in Virginia, ferrying hundreds of illegal aliens across America.
As those contractors said, on video, with the audio, into the body cams of those police officers.
We don't want the media.
We don't want attention.
Because we don't even know where these illegals are ending up in America.
It's above my pay grade.
And do you know why we don't want the attention?
Because of who's in office.
Because everyone knows it's happening.
These are direct quotes.
I'm reading to you from the transcript of this video.
The last thing the contractor says Because the government, if it gets out, thank you Eric, if this gets out, the government is betraying the American people.
CIA contractors being paid for by you, by your taxpayer dollars, On the orders of Obama, or whoever's really running the country, Susan Rice et al., to ferry illegal aliens under the cover of darkness on unmarked jumbo jets, accompanied by CIA contractors.
I thought that's it.
What more do you need?
What more evidence do you need of this nation being betrayed by those who quote-unquote were elected into office?
But were they elected?
This is where Dinesh comes in.

And the first one is something that we were given a crash course in yesterday.
Geospatial data, geofencing data.
So my colleagues and I were invited onto this film set.
To see the evidence that Truth or Vote and Dinesh have collected from just a handful of sites in battleground states in places like Atlanta and Philadelphia.
And the evidence is of illegal ballot harvesting.
Everyone out there who has a phone, a mobile phone, even if it's a flip phone, That phone is being regularly pinged.
Its location is being tracked by the phone services, through the cell phone towers, through geospatial systems.
And the data of your whereabouts and where you are at what time can be purchased by anyone.
The government has certain limitations on the use of this data.
But you, or a corporation, can buy it by the terabyte.
Can buy it for any phone in America.
Where you are, where you were on a certain date, where you went after that location.
And what Dinesh and True The Vote have done is to track the cell phone data Of those who illegally harvested more than 200,000 fraudulent ballots in states such as Georgia that have made ballot harvesting illegal.
At the same time also through FOIA They have requisitioned the surveillance footage from the official buildings where the Zuckerberg-funded vote drop boxes were located.
And they've matched the phone cell positional data with the video footage of individuals stuffing hundreds of ballots, thousands of ballots, into Dropboxes at 3 a.m.
in the morning.
Multiple Dropboxes in the same evening, on average.
Well, I can't go into any more details.
I'll just tell you this.
They looked at less than 5% of the votes cast in America And they found in just those localities more than a 200,000 illegally harvested votes.
Yeah, the countdown, the clock is ticking, and we have to win.

But we have to talk about this blistering op-ed you've written.
You've said that you are the canary in the coal mine, the attack against your candidacy is the beginning, and you've said to the Democrats, the battle is no longer Republicans versus Democrats, it's the anointed elite versus the insurrectionists.
Congressman Cawthorn, explain what they're trying to do to you, what the plan is, and how you're going to defend yourself.
Well, Sebastian, you very well know that no team ever needs to try and go out and cheat if they think they're going to win.
The Democrats knew they'd lose the 2020 election, so they decided to cheat, and I've been calling them out on that.
But since they've taken power, this regime has stripped away rights of the January 6th prisoners.
They started calling mothers who go in protest at a school board meeting domestic terrorists, and we've been calling them out on it And they don't hate like that when I said Nancy Pelosi you are not God I'll tell you she got pissed off and next thing you know you see the mainstream media coming to her defense and attacking me Now they've taken it a step further.
They're engaging in lawfare tactics with a man named Mark Elias.
Let's stop there.
For those who aren't familiar, it's a great term that is kind of in the beltway, kind of cognoscente verbiage.
Lawfare is the very unscrupulous use of the law as a political weapon.
So carry on there.
And Mark Elias, by the way, as far as I'm concerned, is the architect of the theft of the election last year.
Carry on.
I totally agree with you.
I think he was angry that he couldn't keep me from winning the election in the mountains of North Carolina.
And so now he's trying to pervert our constitution and our judicial system to use the 14th Amendment against me to say that I'm an insurrectionist and an enemy of the country.
Therefore, I cannot hold office.
So, again, because, you know, you're diving straight in.
I want the millions of people listening to understand the 14th Amendment that excludes abovo people who are insurrectionists from ever holding office.
So are you saying right now that they're going to try and use this legal weapon to paint you as an insurrectionist and then to nullify your candidacy?
That is absolutely correct.
And you know what?
The reason I am going so hard against this is, one, you know, I genuinely believe that we'll be able to win this.
We filed a counterpunch lawsuit against the state of North Carolina Board of Elections.
I'm very, very confident that we will win that election.
We will win that actual judicial case.
But the reason they're coming after me, I think it's because I was the loudest and most ferocious on the Hill to attack them.
But make no mistake, I'm just the first in a line of many.
If they set this precedent that I'm not allowed to hold office, Because of the 14th Amendment, which goes against the Amnesty Act of 1872, then they will start going after all the other America First candidates and members of Congress in Washington, to where the American people won't have a voice.
And once they remove us as the roadblock, because remember, they're not really after me.
They're not after Donald Trump.
They're after the American people.
Yeah.
You can bet that once they remove all of us from office, they will create a nationalized police force.
They will start treating all freedom-loving patriots who have a Trump sticker on their F-150 as January 6th insurrectionists.
And what they're doing to those prisoners, the political prisoners in Washington, D.C.
now, holding them without trial, not giving them a fair shake, they're not giving them their day in court, they will start doing that to everyone in the country who goes against them.
And so this is a perverted use of our judicial system.
Mark Elias has a Napoleon complex.
He's a terrible human.
He's held up a lot of great legislation in the court system.
And he's, again, it's this lawfare, which is basically weaponizing the use of law to go against political enemies.
We have to talk about all of this.

But let's stop right here because, you know, we have to focus on this individual because he is the architect of the theft of the election.
I know they floated this.
I know, you know, opinion pieces and talking heads in the legacy-lying media have floated the exploitation of the anti-interactionist cause to target Republicans.
Can you give us details?
What is happening with you?
What's happening in North Carolina?
Have they concretely taken measures or is this a preventative?
Are you trying to take the wind out of their sails or have they already taken action against you?
Negative.
It's no longer just hyperbole.
It's no longer just talking heads.
When we had district lines that have now been scrapped by the Supreme Court of North Carolina, so right now we're in a holding pattern for this case, there were 11 constituents in a district that has over 740,000 people in it who said they have reasonable doubt that I am an insurrectionist.
And so that is all that's required.
And by law, North Carolina is some reasonable idea that you're some form of an insurrectionist or an enemy of the country to bring this case to court.
And so they filed a petition to the North Carolina Board of Elections.
And so this is a very real case.
It will be tried in court and state court in North Carolina.
But like I said, we don't want to take this as a laughing matter.
We're very confident it will not succeed.
But we just went ahead and fought this as hard as we could as if it was a real court case.
And so we filed in federal court.
We have now been appointed a judge as a good constitutionalist.
So I'm very confident that we will win this case.
Unfortunately, this is going to cost a lot of money.
We have to go through all the steps.
But this is a very real issue.
And remember, they're not after me.
They're after you.
No, this is absolutely clear.
Whether it's you being attacked with this clause, whether it's my phone records being subpoenaed, the real target is the 74 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump.
By the way, let's just be clear here.
After my day yesterday, we did Nash D'Souza with Dennis Prager, with Eric Metaxas, with Larry Elder, with Charlie Kirk.
The facts of the case are not in dispute.
The incumbent president, my former boss Donald Trump, received more votes than any other incumbent president in American history.
He received more votes from the Hispanic and black community in America than any Republican since 1965.
And he won 15 of the 16 bellwether counties that predicted every presidential election in the modern age.
I don't need any more evidence than that.
You know it was stolen.
So does Madison.

We now have these people who are really watching our elected officials very closely, and because of that, because of the people now paying attention to politics and saying, hey, I want you to execute my will, you work for me, not the other way around.
I believe the party's starting to come around, and that's something I really want to champion, is making the national party more conservative.
I feel like sometimes they say, oh, well, we're just going to become more moderate, and we'll bring all those moderate voters over to our side.
Newsflash!
Moderate voters don't exist.
You're either for abortion, you're either for amnesty, you're either for taking away guns, you're either for censoring the Bible, or you're for freedom, loving God, being able to work and prosper in peace.
That is really the difference.
And like I said, right now it's the anointed elitists in Washington D.C.
versus the patriots.

Yes, we have got quite a battle on our hands here in Arizona and across this whole great country.
You have just recently become a member of an illustrious community, a very elite club of which I too am a member.
What is that club, Kelly Ward?
The political targeting club by the left who are weaponizing politics, weaponizing Congress, weaponizing the DOJ, and attacking people under the guise of the so-called J6 unselect commission.
What have they done?
For me, they've come after the phone records not just of myself as an individual who wasn't near Congress on January the 6th, but the phone records of my wife and everybody associated with that account, including my children.
Kelly Ward, where were you on January the 6th and how have you been targeted?
Yes, I was targeted in exactly the same way as you, Seb, as is my husband, as are my children.
They want my phone records.
They want everything associated with those accounts.
And I was nowhere near Washington, D.C.
I was actually in Phoenix, Arizona.
And I was actually speaking to a group of people where there were some crazy people there chambering rounds as I was speaking.
What?
What?
Yes, yes, by some crazy Patriot Party people.
And it was a pretty unsafe environment, but I certainly was not in Washington, D.C.
That is for certain.
All right, so tell us, explain, you know, there's two ways, at least two ways to interpret what this move by Nancy and her cronies and the fake Republicans like Kinzinger and Liz Cheney actually means.
Number one, they're utterly, completely desperate.
They're trawling the bottom of the barrel.
If they think they can find evidence from people who are in Phoenix, Arizona, not in DC on January 6th, it kind of demonstrates a certain desperation.
Or, and here's the other one, and this is what I want you to respond to, Kelly, They just think they can do whatever they want and they can just roust up everybody and just put a massive net out there.

Which one of those scenarios or is it a third one?
Great tyrannies always come in the guise of noble intentions.
I think that they are they're despots.
They they believe that the rules don't apply to them.
And remember, great tyrannies always come on the guise of noble intentions.
I think they think they have noble intentions and they can trample all of our constitutional rights.
They can come after the private information of private citizens with with complete abandon.
They have no accountability for that.
And I think they're on very, very shaky ground.
As Newt Gingrich pointed out, that committee is unconstitutional and could potentially be putting themselves at some great risk after November of this year.
To your point of dictatorships coming under the guise of liberalism, there was an amazing president who said exactly that.
Someone very profoundly once said, many years ago, that if fascism ever comes to America, it'll come in the name of liberalism.
Kelly, what are you doing in response?
I've hired some rather expensive lawyers who have filed a motion to quash in the district court here in DC, of course a city 93% of which voted for Hillary, so I don't know what's going to happen, but we're going to fight, fight, fight.
What's Kelly Ward's response to the political targeting by Nancy and her cronies?
Yes, well, we're not going to make it easy for them either, Seb.
We have filed a motion to quash, but we're filing in Arizona, in Prescott, Arizona, in fact, in federal court.
So we'll see if there's a better success rate outside the swamp, outside the beltway.
I don't know if their attorneys will move to have that moved to Washington D.C.
to the swamp or not, but certainly the first step should be in Arizona, where I was on January 6th, having nothing to do with whatever happened at the Capitol.
And, you know, hopefully that motion will be honored and this will go away completely.
I don't think anybody will yet, but I'd love to be the first.
It's a midterm election year.

It's to give you the tools, the training, the funding to be partners, to be protectors, and community needs you.

Instead, we have the assistant principal of the Loudoun County Elementary School saying this about any child found on the campus of her school not wearing a mask.

The answer is not to defund the police.
It's to give you the tools, the training, the funding.
To be partners, to be protectors, and community needs you.
Know the community.

He's speaking Bidenese again.
I do not speak fluent Bidenese.
But Matt, as the man with his finger on the pulse with regards to the swamp, the Democrat party, politics in general, how can Biden get away with this?
What's the squad gonna say when they hear him say, we need to stop defunding the policemen?
First off, this is the biggest lie in American history.
Everybody understands that Joe Biden and the Democrat Party, any vote for a Democrat is a vote to defund the police.
Voting for Republicans is a vote to protect the police and have law enforcement.
The Democrats are the party of defunding the police.
They campaigned on it.
They won on it.
That is their core objective, no matter what Joe Biden says now.
And I point you no further than what he said a moment apart from that in that speech, which is that in that same exact speech, Joe Biden blamed the gun, not the criminal who killed the police officer there.
He blamed the gun.
Guns don't kill people, Dr. Gorka.
People kill people.
Okay, the gun didn't just jump off off the shelf somewhere and go shoot the police officer.
Somebody used the gun to kill a police officer.
That is horrendous.
And Joe Biden trying to blame the gun is just as dishonest as him trying to say that the Democrats don't want to defund the police.
The Democrats are defunding the police.
Joe Biden is defunding the police all across America.
And any vote for any Democrat for any office Anywhere in this land, whether it be for your local city council or whether it be for U.S.
Congress or U.S.
Senate or for governor, is a vote to make yourself less safe and to hurt your community.
It is dangerous.
This is the loser in chief going out there.
I love that bobsled.
I don't know if it's true or not.

He's the loser in chief and he's now trying to lie his way out of the hole.
He's not going to be able to do it.
A majority of Americans already consider him the worst president in American history, and he's only going further down from here.

I heard this on a friend's radio show this morning and I just want to run this theory past you that, you know, people were saying, oh, why didn't he come for the actual funerals of Maura Wilbert and Jason Rivera, why didn't he come there to actually show his respect to the widow?

Or they would have just turned their backs on him, right Matt?

That sea of blue that we saw marching down the streets of Manhattan and New York City, Is proof positive that the American people know that Joe Biden is a failed president.

When the text messages between Brian Stelter and other people, the pregnant man, and all these other characters at CNN, Jake Tapper, what did he know, when did he know it?
Dana Bash, what did she know, when did she know it?
These executives at the parent company, what did they know and when did they know it?
Gloria Borger, what did she know and when did she know it?
Kaitlyn Collins, what did she know and when did she know it?
And same thing with Oliver Darcy.
Every single person there needs to answer what did they know and when did they know it?
And if they knew before the announcement was made publicly yesterday that he was having a relationship with this former Cuomo staffer and that this whole thing was going on, that is proof that they need to go too.
And I wouldn't be surprised to see more heads at CNN roll.
But here's the bigger thing.
I think you have got the parent company, the real reason why, and President Trump has actually really zoned in on this, okay, is that he said in his statements the real reason why this is happening is because of CNN's Lackluster probably isn't even the strong enough word there.

It was Louis Gohmert, Gosar, yourselves, who actually took the issue of the January 6th prisoners up and tried to get to visit them, refused to leave that D.C.
prison until you were let in.
Any updates, and please, the status of the GOP and their relationship to this question?
Well, as it stands right now, we're still the only ones that have gone to the jail to actually check and see if the rumors were true, and we did find out.
Who did I leave out?
Did I get everybody?
Andy Biggs was involved, and Bob Goode had gone with us also.

Biggs, and then Gates, Green, Gomert, Gosar, Goode.

So, no, hardly anyone else is interested in even getting involved in going to the D.C.
jail themselves.
Now, here's the main issue.
What we heard President Trump say is he wants to make sure they're treated fairly.
Correct.
And then he also said, if needed, he would pardon them once he's reelected president.
So that's like 2025.
These people were charged in 21, 2021.
So that would be four years later.
And let's really talk about the worst offense of all is Senator Lindsey Graham attacking President Trump and basically saying, throw those people in jail and throw the book at him.
He agrees with Nancy Pelosi.
Well, here's the truth for Lindsey Graham.
Those people have been thrown in jail and they have had the book thrown at them and they haven't even seen their day in court yet.
So Lindsey Graham doesn't care about due process.
He doesn't care about a two-tiered justice system in America and clearly Lindsey Graham just doesn't care at all about these people rotting away in jail even though they're supposed to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
But do you know who does care?
The American people.
Absolutely.
And the use of the pardon power may be necessary here.
I recall discussing the potential for pardons for the January 6th detainees with President Trump in the final days of his presidency.
He contemplated pardons at that time for some folks who he thought might have been inadvertently drawn into criminal conduct without even knowing so because barricades had been taken down because fencing had been removed.
And at the time, I think he decided against it because we didn't see great particularity with the Department of Justice's conduct.
If we would have known then what we know now, that the DOJ wouldn't answer basic questions about charges, about access to counsel.
Marjorie and I are members of Congress.
I'm on the Judiciary Committee.
We went to the DOJ seeking a meeting with the Attorney General, and he wouldn't even have the discussion with us when asked questions about the risk that federal assets or informants might have increased the acuity of criminal conduct on that day.
He also demurred, wouldn't answer questions, and if we'd have known then what we know now, I bet President Trump would have issued pardons in the final days of his first term.
Of his first term.
Let's not forget the FBI also in front of Senate hearings refused to answer the question as to whether or not they had assets or agents undercover on January 6th.
So many questions unanswered.
I actually said on my show on Monday it's time for Lindsey Graham to cross the aisle.
He's no longer Republican.
He's a Democrat.
I've been informed he's the person who told President Trump that Morgan Ortegas should run in Tennessee's 5th congressional district, despite the fact that we have a 101% MAGA candidate there, Robbie Starbucks.
So let's jump in right there on this issue.
What is the challenge for the midterms, Congressman Gates?
We're looking here at the question every day at America First of vetting the right candidates, primering people when necessary.
You also have a plan for what happens after we win the role of the various committees.
So how much...
Do we have to do differently in the next nine months?
Well, the problem with these establishment-owned candidates is that sometimes they look just like the rest of us.
You know, sometimes they have the right packaging, the right slogans and themes, and then they come to the swamp and they sell out.
So for Marjorie and I, it's not about selecting personalities.
It's about laying out a vision for Republican control of the House of Representatives and then drawing people to that vision.
The most robust oversight work that has occurred in the 117th Congress has been Congresswoman Greene's lead of a review of what's happening at that D.C.
jail.
She wrote a report about it and it ought to be a guidepost for us moving forward.
She did that without even being on a committee.
So what we want to do now is we want to take these committees and peel them away from the lobbyists on K Street and the political action committees and actually turn them into fighting forces for dogged, fair oversight.
What would that look like?
Because right now, as far as I see, the old story stands that when we're in opposition, we act like opposition, and when we're in majority, we act like we're in minority still.
How does it change?
How does it change?
Well, I think for everyone listening and watching, they may not understand how the committees work.
Let's explain that real quick.
And I didn't know this until I got there, too.
What I found out is the committees, the ranking members, those members of Congress, Republicans or Democrats, who are in charge of the committees, it's very different for both conferences.
If it's the Democrat Party, they put their strongest, most idealistic, strongest Democrat progressive members to be in the top positions of their committees.
We don't do it that way in the Republican conference.
Nope.
We have our most moderate, most weak, most center line establishment Republicans as ranking members and they become chairman of these committees when we're in charge.
They like to call them majority makers because they're the ones that the NRCC and different groups spend a lot of money making sure they hold their seats.
We're doing it wrong.
So it's about being safe and staying in power, is that right?
Well, and it is also about allowing the lobbyists and special interests to select the people who oversee their area of influence.
It's K Street who picks who's on these committees.
It's how much lobbyist money you're able to launder back to the party bosses and the leadership that determine whether or not you move up on those committees.
And seniority plays a way outsized role in this.
I mean, in America today, can you imagine a single business working by saying, the person that's going to make the most decisions is simply the person who's been here the longest?
Wait, not so, though.
It was Nicole Molliotakis, freshman member of Congress.
She hadn't been there any longer than me.
That's the deputy whip, and then she voted yes with the Democrats for the infrastructure bill.
You know, all these titles, deputy whip, this, that, they're like the homecoming court.
Very important to the people running and like almost totally insignificant to everyone else.
But if we have the oversight first vision, then that is going to require elevating some of our younger, more dynamic, you know, newer to the Congress voices.
But who elevates?
Because it's the people in the establishment who get to do the elevating math.
So give us the roadmap.
How do you change the system so drastically that oversight is actually done when we're in the majority?
Let's look at what our enemies have done.
Let's look at what the squad did.
There were only four of them.
And then they went and infected the entire Democratic caucus.
And now they all kind of look like the squad over there.
And so we don't need a majority of the majority.
But I think if we got folks, you know, like a Robbie Starbuck, like a Bo Hines in North Carolina, like an Anthony Sabatini in Florida, like a Joe Kent in the state of Washington, if we got those folks there, we could be a rudder for the entire conference.
And we could say this isn't about just figuring out what areas we can work with the lobbyists and the Democrats to pass some, you know, Mother's Day resolutions that Joe Biden's going to sign.
Instead, this is about looking at every agency, looking at every bad decision, and then connecting those corrupt acts To the fears and the challenges and the frustrations of our people.
And by the way, we should start with what they're doing to gun owners right now.
Marjorie and I have been hearing a lot about what the ATF's been up to.
We're going to talk about that.
The news that was breaking, I think, on Tuesday, late Monday night, we're talking to Congressman Matt Gaetz, Florida's 1st District.

Congresswoman Green, I just saw it popped up on my Instagram feed.
I think it was a farmer who won your .50 caliber Barrett gun prize.
You're a massive proponent of the Second Amendment.
You, Congressman Gates, mentioned, as we were prepping in the Green Room, the latest news about the ATF.
Endangered are our Second Amendment rights right now.
Greatly.
If the Democrats had their way, they would completely abolish our Second Amendment.
But I think we should abolish the ATF.
Matt Gaetz and I both do.
But here's the real issue.
What they're trying to do is putting these gun owners on the list, and then making things like silencers, which you know what a silencer does?
It really protects your hearing.
Correct.
taking away stabilizer braces that are easier for handicapped people or say grandmothers that need to be able to defend themselves if their husbands passed away.
Wounded veterans.
Wounded veterans, yes.
But this is clearly a very big danger for gun owners and they're angry about it.
This week we saw the news that a completely legal type of trigger for AR-15s were being confiscated illegally by ATF agents.
When we are in minority, Matt, is there anything we can do about this to stop the ATF just storm-trooping across dealerships and taking private property?
There's a deep state at the ATF too.
We've known that for quite some time.
And whether we're in the majority or the minority, we have an obligation to go out and vindicate and restore rights that are being trampled on by any entity in government.
What's most concerning to me is that the strategy and tactics of the ATF now lean heavily into list building, into creating an opportunity to know exactly who they're going to go after.
And while they're list building, they're growing their power.
They're becoming more intrusive.
They're becoming a lot more curious and more nosy.
And so I think that we have to see this endeavor for what it is.
The first step to disarm the lawful citizenry of this country.
Has happened in Australia, has happened in Venezuela nine years ago.
It's always a precursor, is it not?
Absolutely.
And look, when we retake power, we have to put a bright light on this because it is illegal, but so often regular folks don't feel like they have the power to go fight the ATF, to go fight the federal government.
And so as their representatives, we have to take on those battles for them.
We have to expose this and we have to hold those public hearings and grill these folks and shame them away from this illegal conduct.
So walk us both through.
You are fighting on Capitol Hill every single day.
It's tough for those who are outside the swamp to understand the minutiae, the procedures.
Talk to us about the power you have or would have if you are running the committees and what real oversight would look like.
Well, I mean, let's take the Education Committee, for example.
You know, Marjorie was originally put on that committee.
They didn't want her there.
Who knows?
She may end up there.
She may end up somewhere else.
But the Education Committee could look at the Biden Center at the University of Pennsylvania, an organization that illegally took That's right.
That's a very different approach to how other people might use the Education Committee.
And then they hired the folks that ended up in the Biden White House and gave them a place to get paid and to get influenced by these outside influences.
That's a very different approach to how other people might use the Education Committee.
I would use it to expose every corrupt education official pushing critical race theory in any district of America where we found it.
And I would start to call into question federal funds to entities that are going to teach children to hate each other because of the color of their skin.
So that's an example.
You know, Marjorie, I know there's a lot of folks trying to get you on the small business committee, but even in like the SBA loans now, we're seeing racial preference.
We're seeing things that harm and divide Americans.
Well, yeah, and then back to the Education Committee.
I mean, something we really should be doing is stopping the communist teachers' union bosses that are completely controlling and sending their teachers out like they're some kind of army on strike and refusing to go back and teach children after they've basically sent them home longer than a year and pushed them back in their education.
These are kids who haven't had speech therapy.
They haven't had many of their therapies.
And so many children have just been suffering from all of this.
But these, I call them communists.
Teachers union bosses.
Well, they are.
I mean, if you want to identify the center of gravity for the neo-Marxist movement in America, it is the teacher training colleges.
That's how we have CRT across our schools.
Absolutely.
Yeah, but let me put you on the spot.
Do you think if we took the majority back, then under the current structure we have, if we're not able to change this vision, that they would call those corrupt union bosses in?
No.
That they would show the pictures of them on vacation while children are just are just flicking through menu screens at home.
No.
You see, when you ask how you do it, that's how you do it.
You identify the problem, you expose the people who are involved, and you drag them forward.
We have to push for accountability, and that doesn't happen in Congress.
And that's because there's something called Reagan's 11th commandment.
Let's talk about Reagan's 11th commandment.
That shall not attack other Republicans, which was brilliant, by the way.
Ronald Reagan was very smart when he came up with that and sort of embraced it and talked about it in his speeches.
You want to know why?
Because not too long before that, he was a Democrat and he had switched parties.
And that was the big attack on him was he was, oh, you're a Democrat, but now you're a Republican.
And so they didn't trust him and they attacked him.
And Ronald Reagan I mean, we have so much respect for him, but Ronald Reagan's 11th commandment is now used to silence Republicans like me or Matt or anyone new.
But let me, as a great fan of Reagan, the difference here is thou shalt not attack the other Republicans.
The issue here is they're not Republicans.
No, they're part of the Uniparty.
Whether it's Lindsey Graham or whether it's, you know, Mitt Romney, they're not Republicans.
And the establishment isn't lowering their gloves, right?
They just use cutouts and they use other organizations and dark money to try to go and squelch out populists who want to represent their communities and want to come to this town to fight for our country, not go to the next embassy party and the next cocktail reception.
And so don't think That these Republicans that are saying, oh, we shouldn't fight with each other, are in any way less engaged in the battle.
They're just using different tools.
Marjorie and I are an open book.
We're willing to say, look, there are folks in our conference who we think do more harm than good.
People like John Katko of New York, who I'm glad will finally go get his job as a K Street lobbyist instead of being a valet for those very lobbyists as the Republican lead on the Homeland Security Committee.
So there are those circumstances.
We have a specific list, if we really want to be honest.
I mean, they've made themselves apparent and put themselves out there based on their votes.
The 10 that voted to impeach President Trump, the 11 that voted to kick me off committees, those are some of them crossover.
We also have the famous 13 that voted for Joe Biden's agenda with the infrastructure bill.
I mean, the ones that voted for the January 6th committee that is now targeting and harassing former Trump admin officials and staffers and And innocent people that just showed up.

I mean, where's your freedom of the press?
You don't have any, but CNN and Jim Acosta and everyone else does.
Just to highlight the tools, right, that illustrate Marjorie's point.

Right.
Now do you think Adam Kinzinger is going to help that candidate?

So number one, we have the other side and I have an issue that I just don't want to compromise with the other side.
I'm fed up with any type of compromise.
They feel the same way about you.
I know, but the idea that you can compromise with people who want to destroy you doesn't compute for me.
Let's start with our side.
So, what does it look like?
Can we just walk through it?
Because I don't trust the establishment.
You have been absolutely clear.
It's why you don't take PAC money, right?
No lobbyist money, no PAC money.
Which is amazing, amazing.
I don't either, by the way.

I know, I know, you two together.
So, here are the concrete questions.
How do we replace the establishment rhinos, or what tools do we have to grab them by the scruff of the neck and make them represent the values they don't represent?
How do we scare them into thinking they won't get re-elected?
Matt, you've been here long enough.
You have to expose them for having no vision.
At the end of the day, the people who are just here for their own advancement and their own ambition have no vision that will draw people together with a sense of purpose and mission.
And that is what Donald Trump did better than anyone in American politics in my life.
And so Marjorie and I want to be that force within the Republican conference that says, don't show us your fancy television ad.
You know, don't brag to us about how much lobbyist money you raised.
Commit to us that when you come to this place, you are here for the oversight-first strategy that we are embracing.
And some are, some aren't.
Can I ask a concrete example?
Please.
So we have just on Tuesday, we had Dan Crenshaw get into the whole Joe Rogan debate and stand with Joe Rogan and retweet him and say how he's such a great guy and I support him because we had Dan Crenshaw get into the whole Joe Rogan debate and stand with Here we go.
That's a lot of kissing up.
That's a lot of kissing up.
Dan Crenshaw's tweet.
Joe Rogan is one of the most genuine and kindest people I've ever met.
Accusing him of deliberately spreading misinformation is just plain gross.
And then I retweeted it saying, unlike you, Dan Crenshaw, who lied about impeachment boy Kinzinger being more America first than the Freedom Caucus.
Yeah, absolutely.
Now, is this what we're talking about?
I'll tell you what it talks about.
It was one of my final tweets before I got kicked off of Twitter and it went like this.
I retweeted Dan Crenshaw's interview on Fox News where he was saying that we should be using FEMA to test people for COVID-19.
So we could meet Joe Biden's demands about more testing.
And he was talking about putting FEMA inside the hospitals to help with, you know, how they're being overwhelmed with COVID-19, instead of rehiring the unvaccinated health care workers that work the front lines the entire time and have natural immunity.
So my, literally, one of my final tweets on Twitter, and I got kicked off less than an hour after I tweeted about Dan Crenshaw, was me saying, no Dan, Our people, Republican voters, do not want FEMA to test for COVID-19.
We want to stop testing.
No, Dan, we do not want FEMA in hospitals.
We want to rehire the unvaccinated health care workers.
And then my final line was, you're not conservative.
You're hurting our brand.
You see, here's what you do.
You point out what they're doing and saying, their actions, like votes, what they're doing and saying that do not represent the base, that do not represent supposed Republican values, at least their talking points in their campaigns.
You point that out, you expose it to the very people that they should be working for, the ones that voted for them, not the lobbyists and the PACs and the special interests that donated their campaigns, and then you let the people Straighten them out, because what happened after that tweet?
He had a few bad weeks.
Matt, if I were in your shoes, I'd be doing exactly what I'm doing now on Twitter to Dan Crenshaw if he was a fellow congressman and I was in Congress.
I'm just going to be devil's advocate for a second.
What do you say to those who say, oh, you're weakening conservatives and the left loves watching you destroy each other?
I actually think that iron sharpens iron.
We're not afraid of substantive policy debates.
Now, on a personal level, I have deep admiration for Commander Crenshaw.
I'm grateful that he put that uniform on and served this country, but that doesn't mean that the substantive critique that Congresswoman Greene just offered isn't any way off base when you look at How people think about the role of government, how they think about the role of our movement.
Dan Crenshaw recently criticized performance as a way to bring people together.
He says, I'm a legislator, not a performer.
First, here's my question.
When did we become the movement that dogged a good performance?
The best president in our country's history was a reality TV star.
Ronald Reagan was an actor, right?
That's true.
They both made politics fun again.
Yeah, and sometimes you do have to... And he loves performance as well.
Well, come on, he had the superhero ad for the Texas, you know, everybody dressing up as superheroes.
Hey, I think we need more superhero ads, not less.
I'm for it, because this is our country.
We ought to take this deeply personally.
There's nowhere to run.
This is it.
This is a moment to pick your fighter in the Republican movement and in our country.
And we need folks who don't want to just go and backslap with Trevor Noah and have beers with their buddies at the Harvard Kennedy School.
We need people who will see this corrupt administration for what it is.
We'll highlight the harm that they're doing to our people, and then we'll use that to draw people to our movement and say, come fight with us.
Absolutely.
It is cleansing.
We're making sure that we've got fair elections.
And, you know, we can't allow the thinking inside the beltway to pollute the invigorating movement going on throughout this country to take it back.
We like the Civil War and the GOP.
We welcome it.
We think it's going to make the party better.
And we intend to win.

I have a feeling that this might backfire because it just looks so obviously, patently political persecution.
Is that possible in the year of the midterms?
I hope so.
I think it's criminal activity.
Yeah, totally.
I mean, they're completely perverting what Congress is supposed to be for.
We're supposed to be lawmakers.
Of course, I think we've made too many laws.
We need to undo a bunch of them.
But what they're doing is they're using the power of Congress and this committee, and they're harnessing it as a political weapon towards the opposite party.
And I do think they need to be held accountable for that, and there needs to be serious consequences for it.
Well, they're showing you how they wield power.
Oh yes.
There's no question.
Think about this.
During Republican control in the 115th Congress, we didn't send one subpoena when we saw the Department of Justice and the FBI trying to literally steal the election from Donald Trump.
So, I mean, the Democrats have done more to look into the phone records of Sebastian Gorka than the Republicans did to look into Clapper and Comey and McCabe and all these folks who did such Are we going to go back to the days of low T?
Are you going to have to be pitching testosterone supplements on the next America First radio station?
That comparison, that observation, again, makes me think, do we have a shot to get the GOP to be serious?
As you said, not one stinking subpoena when we were in charge.
Is it doable, Matt Gaetz?
I think Lindsey Graham's still promising us he's going to bring in Hunter Biden any week now.
I mean, remember every night on Andy?
Right, when Gowdy, Gowdy still, still sucking at the teat of his great performance when he had Hillary in a chair for 11 hours and got squat.
Well, and not only that, when we really had the wind at our back, when we had exposed Strzok and Page.
It was a window into the whole corrupt operation.
And it was Gowdy who came out before the country and said the FBI did exactly what they should have been doing.
It has nothing to do with Donald Trump.
And so, you know, Marjorie's right.
What they're doing is a terrible abuse of power.
But let it be a reminder to us to the actual fight we are in.
Oh, absolutely, but I think there's something that the Republican Party doesn't take serious enough, but we hear it from regular people all the time.
They have a short opportunity, and I'll tell you why.
Republican voters are really sick of them.
They aren't going to be fooled anymore.
They've already watched Republicans do nothing about the election that we know was stolen.
We have watched Republicans back away and say, I don't want to have anything to do with it and hardly do anything.
We've watched regular people be the ones that have found the voter fraud evidence, have found the absentee ballots being dropped off with thousands of mules.
And there's evidence of it now.
And that came from regular people, not from the Republican Party, not the NRCC, not the GOP.
One of these places.
So I think what's going to happen, Matt, is that we have a really short window where Republican voters are going to do what they did in Georgia in our Senate runoff race and go, OK, if you guys don't care about us and what we have to say, we just aren't going to vote for you anymore.
We're not even going to show up.
And when the Republicans do not take their voters seriously, We may end up losing and losing in a big way that's going to cost the whole country.
The only people to blame is going to be the people right here in this town that do not care about the people and they only care about themselves.
You know what we got to do?
We got to call this now hopefully weekly gathering the America First Strategy Session.
I love that.
Because we are laying out a strategy on how to execute on this America First vision.
But let me bring you in the room when the Republicans in Congress have a strategy session.
When we were there quite recently, they showed us polling and said, the only thing we should be talking about is inflation.
And I agree, inflation sucks.
I blame Joe Biden.
You should vote against him because of it.
But I asked, I said, well, on the survey of important issues, where did election integrity rank?
Because Marjorie's right.
People believe their vote is precious.
And if you don't think their vote's precious and if you don't protect it, they will not give it to you anymore.
They didn't even put it on the survey, Dr. Gorka.
They didn't even put it on.
And when I asked the pollster, I said, well, why didn't you place it on the survey?
She looked back at me and said, because what people want to talk about is inflation.
And so it shows the circular logic.
What was the importance?
Sounds like a prank lunch survey.
Yeah, the GOP just wants to talk about inflation.
Okay.
Have to have you on behalf of me and those who understand who can win the next election address what I find really disturbing amongst solid conservatives.
Even people who've been on my show who say, it can't be President Trump.
Because they're just going to attack him.
And I'm thinking, what candidate?
I mean, Romney was a dog abuser giving people noogies.
So can you address this?
Because as far as I'm concerned, the deep state is... I need you to address the logic of why him?
Because I want him as a berserker back in DC.
It can only be him.
No one else can do it!
No one has the balls, no one has the courage, no one has the ability and no one knows how.
It's already been proven throughout American history.
President Trump was the only one that put America first, put the people first, put our border first, our businesses first.
Ever!
The rest of these Republicans sold out and joined the Uniparty.
They morphed into some kind of disgusting monster with the Democrats that we all hate.
No one else can do it right now.
We want President Trump.
We elected him one time.
We elected him two times.
And we will elect him a third time.
And for all these people that are tired of the fighting and blah blah blah blah blah, They really need to take a good check with themselves in the mirror.
Yes.
Because if they don't have the backbone and they don't have the courage and they don't have the ability to look at what is happening in this country and realize that President Trump is the only one that will actually do the job correctly and everyone else needs to sit in the background and take notes like they're in a training session, then you know what?
They're the problem.
They are.
They're the problem, and they're just the same type of people that would lay down and let it all go.
Do it again.
They're probably wearing a mask and vaccinated anyways.
There's going to be three lanes in this upcoming presidential primary.
There's going to be anti-Trump, there's going to be Trump, and then there's going to be Trump unleaded.
So give me the fully leaded version.
I want it right in my veins.
It is about inspiration.
It is about the ability to marshal the imagination of this country.
And that is what Trump does.
And with all due respect to other folks who wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and say, good morning, Mr. President, I think there is one candidate uniquely capable to get this job done.
And if for whatever reason, my good friend Donald Trump doesn't want to run for president again, who knows?
Maybe I'll put Marjorie on the bus.
We'll head to Iowa and I'll be her campaign manager.
Alright guys, let's make sure he's back in the White House, but we need you chairing committees, we need you in the administration as well.

And I say, really, what happened in Virginia?
So we've kind of dealt with that issue.
But we have to be on our game.

But what do you say to those who haven't been tested by the fire like both of you have?
Incredibly, what you guys have gone through is a testament to the will of the human spirit.
What do you say to those voters who are saying, I can't say what I believe in public.
I can't put on Facebook what I believe.
Please give them, talk to their hearts right now, Matt.
I am motivated by fear.
A very different kind of fear.
But I deeply fear that this generation will be the first generation that passes along a diminished America that might not be able to recover.
And I don't want the history books to judge me that way.
And so if you're out there thinking, well, maybe I don't have to vote.
Maybe I don't have to organize or participate or speak out.
This is your country and there is no cavalry coming.
It's us.
And so it's, you know, we ride or die with America and there is no place to run.
There is no distant land to convert to our purposes should we fail.
If that doesn't motivate you, I don't know what will.

I would tell everyone you need to take off your mask and you need to open your mouth and we need to stop laying down.
We need to stop being sheep.
We need to get out there and I'm just I'm so inspired what my friend Matt just said and we should be afraid of a future for our children and the next generation that is a diminished America because that's not what we're here to be.
That's not what we're here to do.
Make America Great means something and we have to keep pursuing it.
I don't want to be presumptuous, but I think I can do this in all certitude that it is a reflection of our listeners across the nation and those who tune in from places as far apart as Brazil and Australia.
You are both an inspiration to what it means to be part of Western civilization.
You have been through a lot, both of you.
You will be through a lot as long as you are fighting for us.
