Time Text
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka, and I'm very proud to introduce our guest host for today, Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G, and welcome to America First.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today, broadcasting live from the Relief Factor Doctors in Los Angeles.
Some of you may know me from the program I do, our California Update, and full-time job is broadcasting as co-host of The Morning Answer on AM 870, AM 590.
The answer, my co-host is Grant Stinchfield, and it's a pleasure to be here with you today.
Dr. G is actually in California today Working on a secret mission that you will hear all about in the coming months and days.
So thanks for hanging out with us today.
Don't forget you can check out everything Seb Gorka at SebGorka.com.
And of course, you can follow him on Twitter at SebGorka.
You can follow me too and chat with me throughout the show at Jennifer Horn.
And boy, oh boy, these Freedom Truckers, they are really making news.
Yeah, Breaker 1-9, this here's a rubber duck.
You got a copy on me, Big Ben, come on?
Oh yeah, 10-4, Big Ben, for sure, for sure.
By golly, it's clean.
Clear to Flagtown.
Come on.
Yeah, that's a big tin for there, Big Benny.
Yeah, we definitely got the front door, good buddy.
Mercy sakes alive, looks like we got us a convoy.
We got us a convoy.
Those Freedom Convoy truckers and protesters have continued to make waves in Canada.
They've been blocking border crossings into the United States.
The latest at a village in southern Alberta.
One of the country's busiest border crossings and they're doing it in solidarity with their brethren in Ottawa who have shut down the nation's capital.
Motorists traveling across the border between Montana and Alberta have been caught in a blockade of vehicles that essentially shut down the highway south of the city of Lethbridge, Alberta.
Now, these guys are out there because they want to talk to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
They want to talk.
They want to be heard when it comes to vaccine mandates and regulations.
Unfortunately for these truckers, the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, he is not talking.
And like a good liberal, he says that they're racist and that they're homophobic.
But he only really likes protests when Black Lives Matter is there.
Take a listen.
I have attended protests and rallies in the past when I agreed with the goals, when I supported the people expressing their concerns and their issues.
Black Lives Matter is an excellent example of that.
But I have also chosen to not go anywhere near protests that have expressed hateful rhetoric, violence towards fellow citizens, And a disrespect, not just of science, but of the frontline health workers and, quite frankly, the 90% of truckers who have been doing the right thing to keep Canadians safe.
Now, last time I checked, just like the President of the United States, our president was elected.
Questionably or not, he was elected to represent all Americans, just like Canada.
The prime minister, Justin Trudeau, well, he was elected to represent all of Canada unless they take issue with his mandates.
Freedom of expression, assembly and association are cornerstones of democracy.
But Nazi symbolism, racist indivisible.
imagery and desecration of war memorials are not it is an insult to memory and truth now have any of you seen any of that the homophobic slurs the racism well finally someone is speaking out in canada
One of the members of Parliament, her name may sound familiar to you, Candace Bergen is her name, not Murphy Brown, but she had this to say to point out some of the hypocrisy of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who, remember, thought it was perfectly fine and not racist at all to put on blackface or dark brownface, as he said, just because he was invited to an Arabian Nights party.
Mr. Speaker, and I apologize, that minister is misleading Canadians.
I do get very defensive of Canadians who are outside today, patriotic, peace-loving Canadians, who are called misogynist and racist by the Prime Minister.
So again, I will ask the Prime Minister, who may I remind this House wore blackface on more times than he can remember.
Apologize to the peace-loving, patriotic Canadians who are outside right now just asking to be heard.
Will he speak to them?
They just want to be heard.
They just want to have to, I don't know, drive their trucks, bring goods and services across Canada and to the United States.
alone in their cabs, or maybe two people, and the cab seems like a good quarantine bubble to me, but Justin Trudeau doesn't want to hear it.
Instead, he says he has COVID-19, he's hiding out, he doesn't want to talk to those truckers.
And you know, one of the great things about doing radio, and I know Seb Gorka would agree with me, I know on my program, one of the most fun things is that we love to learn from you, our listeners, about some things maybe we wouldn't have known.
So you can join us in conversation today, all day long, 833-33-GORKA is the number to call.
But a producer on The Morning Answer, we call her Producer Katie in Los Angeles, she said, you know, she said off-air to me, she said, did you hear about this conspiracy theory with Justin Trudeau being the son of Fidel Castro?
Now, I don't subscribe to conspiracy theories at all, but I did my quick Google search.
Now, when I did, I did not find that Justin Trudeau and Fidel Castro were somehow related.
No, what I found instead was much more interesting.
Do any of you remember the statement that Justin Trudeau made in 2016 when Fidel Castro died?
Now, it wasn't a statement about paternity.
We're not going to put on our tinfoil hats.
And pretend that there's some sort of paternal relation between Justin Trudeau and Fidel Castro.
But take a listen to this and see if this might apply to just how Justin Trudeau and really, quite frankly, how the left leads not only Canada, but our country here in the United States.
This is Prime Minister Justin Trudeau issuing a statement over the death of Fidel Castro.
Quote, it is with deep sorrow that I learned today of the death of Cuba's longest serving president.
Fidel Castro was a larger-than-life leader who served his people for almost a half a century.
A legendary revolutionary and orator, Mr. Castro made significant improvements to the education and health care of his island nation.
While a controversial figure, both Mr. Castro's supporters and detractors recognized his tremendous dedication and love for the Cuban people who had deep and lasting affection for El Comandante.
Is any of this true?
Do you think the people of Cuba who were literally getting on tires trying to come to our country for something better might have said the same about Fidel Castro?
Trudeau continues, quoting now, I know my father was very proud to call him a friend, and I had the opportunity to meet Fidel when my father passed away.
It was also a real honor to meet his three sons and his brother, President Raul Castro, during my recent visit to Cuba, blah, blah, blah.
On behalf of Canadians, we're so sorry for your loss.
That was a paraphrase.
Now imagine my surprise.
And how could I be surprised?
When you have the Canadian Prime Minister who's calling a group of truckers who just simply want to operate their businesses, saying that they're racist, not wanting to talk to them.
Well, it shouldn't be a surprise to anybody.
This is someone who calls Fidel Castro a great order and someone who contributed to the education and health care of his island nation of Cuba.
If you need further proof that the left in this country has fully embraced the Communist Manifesto and that they don't idolize Fidel Castro, the left in this world has done it.
Justin Trudeau in Canada.
This is what you're seeing today from the AOCs who idolize this kind of leadership.
From Joe Biden, our president.
This is what they love.
This is what they're standing for.
They have these kind words for communism and they don't want you to argue with them.
They don't want you to argue with their leadership or their mandates or all of their orders and that's why they are fighting back and that's why it's more important than ever.
We're going to talk about it all program long.
It's more important than ever that we stand together, that we fight, that we stand in solidarity with these truckers, that we push back against the mandates that might still exist In our neighborhoods, in our communities, because it does work.
If we all stand together and we push back, it does work.
If we don't follow nonsense mandates and regulations, it can work.
And here is some proof.
Quebec today announced that they are abandoning the policy of taxation on the unvaccinated.
Why?
Because those truckers are out there snubbing their nose at Justin Trudeau.
This is what is good.
This is what's working.
And this is what we're going to talk about on today's program.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
America First.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first.
On COVID.
Can't have any risk on COVID.
You have to wear a face shield.
You have to stay home for days.
You have to keep your kids home.
But let's roll the dice on crime, right?
Let's take an ex-con that's deranged in the head and he shoots up a gas station, but let's let him out with no bail and just run the risk of doing it all over again.
Doesn't make any sense, does it?
That is Jesse Watters on The Five Yesterday.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
You have found us on America First.
And you know, sadly, across the nation today, in Los Angeles, in New York City, there were funerals for fallen officers in both of our biggest cities here in the nation.
At least 30 police and law enforcement officers were shot last month.
That's a number that's up 67% from January 2021.
What is being done by our elected officials?
Joining us right now as, well, as our expert in this field, Eric Early is here with us.
He is running for attorney general in my home state of California.
You can follow him on Twitter, and it's at EricEarly underscore CA.
Eric, thanks for joining us on America First.
Hi.
Hey, Jen.
Thanks for having me.
Thank you for being here.
Now, Eric, this is something that is of great concern to you here in California.
You have seen it close up.
You're running for Attorney General in our state.
You have seen the crime on the rise in California.
You have seen law enforcement being targeted by criminals.
We had to bury a police officer today in Los Angeles and in New York, yet it seems that leftist policies, which may exist here in California, they're coming for the rest of the country if we don't stop it here.
Uh, well, listen, we have to stop it here in California, and I believe we will stop it here in California, because as crazy as so much of the, or as, you know, as Democrat as so much of the electorate is, people are waking up and seeing what's going on, because it's being put in our face on a daily basis.
And, you know, you were just referring to a funeral today for a A great officer, young guy, Fernando Arroyos.
I think he was about 26 years old.
He was shopping for a home with his girlfriend about three weeks ago in L.A.
And some gangbangers, who should have never been out on the streets, murdered him.
And from what I understand, Newsom, the governor, a couple others, possibly Pelosi and several others, went to this funeral.
And I consider them accomplices to this murder.
Because it is their policies, along with this just disaster of a district attorney we have here in L.A., that have led to so many of these murders and that led to Fernando Arroyo's murder here.
And those are the last people that should be shown up to that brave young man's funeral.
It is heartbreaking when you know that the families are not going to be able to replace their loved ones.
Police officers, again, are really the target of these criminals.
But all across the board, there just seems to be a move not to punish crimes, whether it's changing legislation and making soft on crime policies, changing the laws, reclassifying felonies into misdemeanors, Eric.
It seems that the left doesn't want to punish Criminals.
I mean, you look at New York, and New York's new district attorney is No Peach.
Los Angeles has one, George Gascon, San Francisco has Chessa Bodine.
They get in there and they say, basically, you'd have to kill someone to go to jail, and maybe you wouldn't even be there for life if you did.
Gavin Newsom wants to empty out death row.
So if there's no punishment, why shouldn't criminals just run amok?
You know, I often say criminals might be criminals, but they're not stupid.
And when they see that their elected officials are giving them the go-ahead, essentially, to commit their crimes, they're going to go commit their crimes.
Listen, out here you've got this joke, this arrogant punk of a governor, Newsom, the empty suit that I call him, who has been opening the prisons and letting these people run wild.
They, in most instances now, they will not They will not put, you know, set cash bail.
The elected officials in California have no respect for our brave men and women of law enforcement.
And the laws out here, such as some disaster called Proposition 47, which allows you to steal up to $9.50 to shot and nothing happens to you.
You know, we can't be nice anymore, Jen.
And we've got to get in there.
We've got to lock up the prison cells again.
We've got to support openly, proudly, and all the time, our brave men and women of law enforcement.
We've got to get rid of this Proposition 47.
And we've got to set cash bail again.
And we have to punish the criminals again, because when they know they'll be punished, it will have an amazing effect on reducing the out-of-control crime that we're experiencing in California right now.
And I firmly believe that this is Of course, the conservatives out here support my message, but this is starting to make its way into the independents and the moderate Democrats out here in California, because we've had a spate of terrible murders out here, and not one of them would have happened but for these policies I'm talking about.
And that's why I refer to the Newsoms of the world and the Gascons of the world, and this joke of an attorney general I'm running against out here.
of the world as accomplices to some of these murders.
But they will never, of course, say that.
In fact, all they do is they show up, for example, like they've showed up today at this funeral.
And, you know, the far left types in the mainstream media out here make it seem like these people actually care about, you know, about protecting all of us.
And they instead, on the other side, underneath the surface, are, as we speak, continuing to weaken our laws, our criminal code out here, our penal code.
So we can't be nice anymore, we can't be politically correct, and I do believe we will turn this around.
I hope that you're right.
I always like to be an optimist, but it does feel like we're headed in the wrong direction, and our leadership doesn't seem to get that.
Eric Early is with us.
He is a candidate for California Attorney General.
Follow him on Twitter at Eric underscore Early CA.
We have just about a minute and a half left with you, Eric, and I want to ask about, from a national level, Jen Psaki this week, the White House Press Secretary, was asked about crime, and she sort of laughed it off.
She laughed it off in a viral video, then she came back and And sort of backed off and said that Biden is going to be taking this very seriously and that he's going to be traveling around talking about crime.
Do you think that our leaders who are left, who are left-leaning, either want the problem of crime because it causes chaos, which means that they can rebuild a system that is transformative, or do you think they just don't realize the problems of everyday Americans right now?
Well, I'll tell all your voters to vote for me June 7th in the primary, Eric Early, and go to ericearly4ca.com.
I need all your support.
Listen, I think these current set of elected officials in Washington and California are clueless.
They are so politically correct.
They are so woke.
They are so afraid to say the things I said in this interview.
Because the mainstream media and the far left will come down on them that they would rather do and say anything to keep getting elected than to protect the great citizens.
And I'm talking about of all races, creeds and colors of our state and of our country.
And we will get them out of office.
We have to because there's a real problem.
Either they don't identify with the issues of real Americans or they are happy we have the problem.
So the thing to do, as you mentioned, Eric, is to get out, vote them out of office, don't let George Soros have power of our justice system because he is bringing in these DAs.
Like George Gascogne, like Chesa Bodine, like the DA in New York City.
Eric Early, thanks so much, and good luck with your campaign.
I'm sure we'll talk to you again.
EricEarly underscore CA on Twitter, running for Attorney General in our state, my state of California, as we continue a big resignation that has left CNN in shambles.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thanks for joining us on America First.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.

He's on all kinds of platforms, including locals.
Gorka.locals.com is the place.
And of course, if you need some Seb Gorka merchandise, it's my favorite spot for birthday gifts, you know, holidays.
I know we're past it, but sebgorkastore.com is the place to go.
You can check out all of the great merchandise.

And you can follow us at Seb Gorka, at Jennifer Horn on Twitter.
You can follow me on Facebook and Instagram at Jennifer Horn Radio.
Now, it was, I'd say, a big day over at CNN.
A big resignation took place.
In fact, Jeff Zucker, the head honcho at CNN, has resigned after he said he failed to disclose a romantic relationship.
And this wasn't new.
So check this out.
So CNN is doing an investigation on Chris Cuomo, Fredo.
You remember, the brother of former governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo.
Andrew Cuomo gets into trouble for dumping sick people into nursing homes, to older age facilities in New York.
He has a sex scandal, or a few of them, all his own, some allegations against him.
Chris Cuomo, who was an anchor at CNN at the time, tries to help his brother by providing counsel.
Well, he did it using his resources at CNN, which led to his firing, which led to a full investigation around him at CNN.
Well, it turns out that as these investigators were going through CNN, they found that Jeff Zucker, the president of the network, was having a relationship.
Now it was a consensual relationship with someone pretty high up at the company, but of course everybody who is not the president is still your underling when you are Jeff Zucker at CNN.
So part of their corporate policy is that you're supposed to disclose that information.
Well, Jeff Zucker must have forgotten to do that, and now he had to resign.
He acknowledged that it was wrong for him to have this relationship without disclosing it, but it had been something that was going on for a while.
He said it had evolved, and so he offered his resignation today.
Now, does anybody else think that there is something weird going on here?
833-33-GORKA.
I mean, CNN hasn't met a sex scandal that it didn't like.
I mean, look at Don Lemon.
He was accused of sexual allegations.
He's still there.
You can see him tonight if you'd like to.
You had someone show up on a Zoom call not wearing pants.
That person's still working over at CNN.
Yes, it's true Chris Cuomo got replaced at CNN, but that was because he misused company resources to help his brother out.
So why would something like forgetting to tell people that you were in a relationship, which apparently everybody at CNN knew was happening anyway, why would that be meaningful right now?
Well, that's the question that a lot of people are batting around on social media, and it seems that the person that Jeff Zucker is in a relationship with used to work for Andrew Cuomo.
And of course, and Jeff Zucker was paying Chris Cuomo, who was working for Andrew Cuomo.
And CNN spent the entire 2020-2021 year trying to make Andrew Cuomo look like he was the best, that he was the best governor in charge, that he was the one taking on President Trump, that he was leading with sanity.
And then they tried to cover up his misgivings.
The fact that he tried to put people into nursing homes that were sick, didn't notify families or staff that this was happening, and of course, then the sexual allegations.
So could it be that Jeff Zucker, his resignation may have been forced out?
In any case, whatever it might be, and we'll take your theories on this, 833-33-GORKA, Will CNN do any better?
Will they be more honest?
Remember Jeff Zucker?
CNN used to be the most respected source of news.
When there was a natural disaster, when something went wrong, you went to CNN for the real news, for the best reporting.
Remember, all around the globe, they have the best news team.
Nobody does that anymore.
CNN lost credibility, actually, when Jeff Zucker came into his position.
What changed?
Jeff Zucker ran the company into the ground, it seems, and will he be replaced with someone who might be able to save CNN?
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
President Trump has made his feelings about Jeff Zucker known in the way that only President Trump really can.
He called Jeff Zucker a sleazebag and said that he put fake news in the backseat, a statement released by President Trump.
Read as follows, Jeff Zucker, a world-class sleazebag who has headed ratings and Real News Challenge CNN for far too long, has been terminated for numerous reasons, but predominantly because CNN has lost its way with viewers and everybody else.
Now is a chance to put fake news in the backseat because there may not be anything more important than straightening out the horrendous lamestream media in our country.
And in the case of CNN throughout the world, Jeff Zucker is gone.
Congratulations to all.
That was a message from former President Trump.
What do you think?
Will CNN be able to recover 833-33-GORKA?
That's the number to call 833-33-GORKA.
We'll get a financial update with our friend Trish Regan.
Jennifer Warren in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
America First
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Welcome back to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Thanks for joining us today.
And boy, lots of financial news to cover.
The national debt topping $30 trillion, the jobs numbers in the tank.
This just spells more of a problem.
for Joe Biden and his administration with the economy.
Joining us right now is our expert on all things finance.
Trish Regan is here.
You can follow her on Twitter at Trish underscore Regan.
Her website at TrishIntel.com.
And I have to remind you to check out the Trish Regan Show on the Salem Podcast Network.
Trish, thanks for being with us today.
Hey Jennifer, good to talk to you.
Nice to talk to you too.
Now, $30 trillion, I see it all like Uncle Scrooge's money bank.
I see it all in gold coins and I'm diving in it right now.
$30 trillion is our national debt.
I think I'd have to work on my swimming if I wanted to dive through all those coins.
Just in normal people's terms, what does that even mean that we have our national debt at $30 trillion, Trish?
Well, you know, it's like two years of economic output.
Think of it that way, right?
I mean, you know, if you assume that we're doing about $17-18 trillion in economic output, that number's a little bit higher right now, given GDP numbers we saw recently.
But basically, you know, that's a lot of money.
It's a tremendous amount of money, and I think the problem is, the trajectory is, it's just going to keep getting worse and worse and worse.
And so I question here, Jennifer, what the long-term plan is.
I don't think there is any.
The idea is you just keep spending money, spending money, and spending money.
And the problem with that is, think about it, if you're like a family, right?
And you're way in debt.
You know, you can kind of manage it, maybe on some low-interest credit cards for a certain amount of time, but at some point, your creditors say, whoa, you have way too much debt relative to how much money you're earning every year.
And then they start to say, okay, well, we're going to up interest rates.
And that's the fear here, that, you know, already you're seeing the tenure, it's still remarkably low, frankly, given the trajectory we're on, at 1.8%.
Well, what happens, Jennifer, when it goes to 3%, where it probably should be, or 4% or 6%?
And given the amount of debt outstanding, we're going to find ourselves possibly in a situation where we can't afford the darn interest payments.
on the credit card, if their interest payments are so high because the credit card resets, then it makes it a very difficult balancing act.
And right now, the long-term health of the U.S.
economy, if we continue to spend like drunken sailors, is not on a good path.
And who loves this, Trish?
Because, again, you are the economist here, not me.
You know about the finance, but I would think this makes China really happy to see the United States continuing to go into debt with no real plan to get ahead of this.
Well, interestingly, China is the one financing a lot of this.
That's what makes them happy.
They love watching us.
They're kind of like, well, we got a little more control than you'd think, because all they have to do is say, you know what?
We don't really want to finance this anymore.
We don't think you're long term help.
of your economy is really all there.
And, you know, if they do that, then we have a whole other set of problems.
It's sort of tragic that we're that indebted to China.
But in this global economy, I think, if anything, the last year and a half has taught us, Jennifer, the importance of focusing on our domestic capabilities, right, and manufacturing.
And everything, you look at Intel now, they announced a $100 million spend that they're putting into Ohio.
That's good.
We need semiconductor companies operating here in the United States of America.
We need to bring these jobs back home.
So when they're in Taiwan and China starts throwing its weight around, wow.
We don't have as much sort of leverage, if you would, because we're trying to protect American semiconductor companies that are operating in Taiwan.
So there's an economic reason, I think, for us to focus on domestic production and capabilities, and there's a national security reason for us to be doing that.
You combine those two things together, and it tells you we just need to roll up our sleeves No!
and get down to business and start working on things like the fundamental health, right, of our financial balance sheet.
But unfortunately, and you know and I know, all these politicians, they don't care.
No.
They're spending money, right?
They don't care.
They absolutely don't.
And normal people can't, we can't live like this.
And, you know, I talked to Stephen Moore, who is a friend, and I know that you know Stephen as well, Trish.
He says we should have raised interest rates a long time ago.
As much as that's hard for people to hear, and we all love and we all benefit from a low interest rate, he says to get things right, at least long term for us when it comes to inflation, we've got to raise those interest rates.
Would you agree with that?
A hundred percent.
Jennifer, I called out the Fed and said we needed to be more active on that front back in June of 2020 on The Trish Regan Show, and I have been pounding the table ever since.
I am predicting double-digit inflation by late spring, early summer.
The Federal Reserve had the opportunity, all the opportunities in the world to fix this.
Back in, you know, seven months ago, all right?
They should have worked way, way, but the Fed is always a dollar short.
It's time it catches up with these academic, wonky economists.
I'm sitting there going, like, look guys, you know, like, I mean, my job is in the media, right?
I'm coming on this, like, you were supposed to be actually controlling the health of the overall economy by focusing on this day-to-day, in and day-out.
I mean, you're supposed to be immersed in it.
How is it that I could have told you?
Everyone could have told you.
Stephen Moore's absolutely right.
They should have raised ages ago.
They should have dialed back all that money printing.
That's what they've been doing.
They've been printing.
Gina, there's 42% more dollars in circulation have come into circulation just in the last year and a half.
I mean, it's awfully outrageous.
They could have fixed it.
I'm not sure why they didn't.
I suspect maybe they were a little concerned Joe Biden was just coming into office and they didn't want to look like they were putting the brakes on the economy.
I think it's gaslighting, Trish.
When you look at this administration, you look at the government, we've only got about 30 seconds here, but they love to pretend that there's no problem.
And so if they raise the interest rate, then it looks like there's a problem that they're trying to fix when they just like to pretend there isn't one.
want to we're just crazy for feeling the inflation which is literally a tax on on most americans that's why we need you here We need some common sense.

And by the way, it's February the 2nd, guys.
That means it is Groundhog's Day or Groundhog Day, singular.
And the guy saw a shadow.
Pax Atani Phil saw the shadow.
I guess that means there's more winter on the way.
I bask in the warmth of your hearts.
I couldn't imagine a better fate.
With my shadow I have cast than a long, lustrous six more weeks of winter!
These people are whack jobs, right?
Allowed to lunch?
I don't know.
We have weather apps now.
We have our iPhones.
We have, I mean, you can ask my grandmother, God rest her soul, we have the Weather Channel, which you can watch 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You can go online, you can check the newspaper.
Do we need to rely on a rodent to tell us if there is more winter?
Well, there is.
And God love the people.
Puxitani Phil came out and gave the weather report today.
I just feel like it's going to go wrong at some point.
You're going to rip a sleeping rodent out of his little tree stump and I don't know.
I'm waiting for someone to lose an eye, a face, a thumb, something like that.
I don't know if it works out.
You can ask Staten Island Chuck.
I believe Mayor Bill de Blasio dropped him and Staten Island Chuck then became a female because he broke the groundhog.
Gorka, you can connect with us all program long like Shawn in New York City on Line 1.
Hey, Shawn, you're on America First.
Hi, Jennifer!
Hi!
I'm calling you today because I'm very frustrated.
My sister-in-law has been waiting to come to the United States for about 14 years.
This March it'll be 14 years.
She did everything legally.
She's going to be vetted.
She's going to have to show her finances.
And like so many other legal immigrants that want to come into this country, they're sitting in limbo because the visa bulletin has not moved for well over a year.
And yet people are pouring in across the border illegally.
Where does she want to come from, Sean?
She's coming from Kazakhstan.
Okay.
And she's a Christian, and I'm sure you've kept up with the news, what's going on in Kazakhstan.
It's been a bloodbath over the last four weeks.
So how long has she been trying to get her citizenship here?
Since March of 2008, she's been trying to get her green card and she has a sick mother who we take care of.
She's got Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
We tried to apply for a humanitarian visa.
It was denied.
You know, it's just, it's ridiculous.
We're paying our taxes and they're just letting people come in who are going to be basically a liability for everybody because they have no skills and we don't know who they are.
And the Biden administration has no intention of finding out who they are.
I think it's pretty appalling to realize that the bulk, the majority of people who have crossed the border in the last couple of months have all been single men who have not been coming in with families.
They're being bused and resettled by the Biden administration.
It is absolutely infuriating because you do kind of just snub the work of people who have come here legally and who would like to come here legally for real reasons.
Sean, I am so sorry to hear about that.
Good luck.
Keep us posted here.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
America First
America First Thank
you.
Thank you.
Really cool wooden American flag over there too.
All right, mics are on and I will dial up the doctor.
You think they notice if I steal it?
Yes.
I walk out of here with an American flag.
I don't know where it went.
It's actually contraband in California.
Yeah, I know, I get like arrested on the street.
What is this?
Okay, Dr. Williams, can you hear us?
I can.
All right, we can hear you.
And just letting you know, the mics are currently live on our online live streams, our video.
I cannot hear him, just so you know.
Me neither.
You can't hear him?
No, I cannot.
It's Skype Channel 1.
It's Skype Channel 2.
Oh, yeah, you're right.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, because she's on Skype Channel 1.
Sorry, yeah.
I'll pause you through here in just a second, Dr. Williams.
Yeah, that works.
How about this?
Yeah.
Jen, can you hear him now?
Can you hear me now?
I can hear you.
There we go.
Oh, good.
Okay, great.
Phew, we did it.
Yay.
It's a new setup today because I am in the new Salem, LA video studio where Prager, excuse me, and Elder broadcast.
My allergies have been bugging me.
It's not COVID.
That's right.
Yeah, so it's a whole new setup.
So it's experimental today.
So good.
We got connected.
Well, I heard Fauci said if you're digitally somewhere else, the virus can actually get you there, too.
Oh, 100%.
It can go anywhere.
It can travel through the internet.
It's the 5G.
It follows, exactly, the TV.
It's a 5G, you're right.
Except it can't get out of the Wuhan lab.
Tiny little droplets.
But only if it's an Apple computer.
If it's not an Apple computer, that's a whole different set of rules.
That's exactly right.
This is my favorite Dr. Phelps.
Darn it.
I hate this thing.
I don't know why you guys with your young people and your two screens.
I don't know.
I like to have one mouse for one screen.
It gets very confusing for me.
I can't help it.
I got you.
But there's a... Oh, I wanted to play this audio for you.
Yeah, me sitting in front of four screens.
One minute?
You do that, don't you?
Five screens.
Right now.
How do you get your mouse over there?
Well, actually, this one has separate mice, but yeah, you just kind of... I don't know.
There's like... Sometimes the aspect ratio is off and your mouse gets bigger on one screen.
The framing is good there.
This is like really bad.
Get over here.
How does it come?
Over here?
40 seconds.
Oh man.
Now the joke is just not funny anymore because it's not going to be great.
Like it would have... Oh!
Come back.
You've got 30 seconds.
Who does this?
Gosh.
I've actually now moved everything in here just so I could play Dr. Fauci.
Dr. Fauci
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thanks, Dr. G!
Dr. Sebastian Gorgon, normally here on America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne, happy to be filling in.
Dr. G, I think, is coming back tomorrow.
He's on this very quick secretive mission, and he will have details for you when he returns in a couple of weeks.
This is top secret stuff that we're working on around here at Salem Communications.
I'm Jennifer Horne, host of the Morning Answer on AM 870 and AM 590, the answer out of Southern California, and thanks for joining us.
Now, I live in my home state of California.
Lots of craziness has ensued, as you probably hear about on this very program, all of the nutty things that happen in California.
You've got, oh, Gavin Newsom wanting to get rid of Death Row.
You've got people trying to hide the homeless in front of the Super Bowl, not really solving the problem, just trying to sweep them under the rug.
You've got Gavin Newsom, our governor, Eric Garcetti, the mayor of Los Angeles, all wearing, well, being caught on camera not wearing masks at the football game last weekend.
California is pretty nutty, and that's just the tip of the iceberg, but it needs saving.
And one of the people who is trying to do just that in our state is Dr. Cordy Williams.
He is a candidate for United States Senate here in California.
You can follow him on Twitter at DrCordyWilliams.
E-W, Dr. Cordy Williams!
Welcome to America First!
Hi!
Hey, Jen!
Thanks for having me.
I'm honored.
Thank you!
Now, I went through just a few reasons as to why California's crazy.
It's been shut down for two years.
It is very expensive.
It's not easy to be a California resident, but there are lots of people like you who are fighting.
Why do you think California is worth saving, Dr. Williams?
Well, I mean, it's the fourth largest GDP in the nation.
And I've always been of the opinion that, you know, New York and California and some of these other blue places, there's a lot of hardworking, great Americans there that just want to raise their families in red, white and blue values.
And one of the things I've tried to tell some of the consulting groups in Palm Beach and Florida and those areas is, so goes California, so goes the nation.
And what are we going to do?
Everybody's going to move out of these blue states.
To red states, turn them purple, and then turn them blue, and then what are we going to do in the House and Senate?
We're going to have a long-lasting minority.
Amen.
This is why I make it my purpose to fight in California each and every day, each and every election, because I believe that we are the ultimate petri dish.
We are a testing ground in California, and what works here, they roll out across the country.
And California is not working, Dr. Williams.
It is not working.
It is not conducive for survival.
It is becoming a socialist mecca, and we don't want to see this.
run through the rest of the country.
And all you need to do is look at the voting rights bill, or and I use air quotes here, that started in California, the ballot harvesting, all of this, it makes its way to Washington, D.C. ultimately, and by association, the rest of you.
So it is really important.
As you go through the state, what do you think is the biggest issue facing Californians right now?
Well, it's medical freedom, because I think what you're seeing is, and you know, it's funny, Jen, I was watching a speech that Ronald Reagan did, and pardon me on the date, I believe it was November 10th, 1964, when he opened up for Mr. Goldwater.
And And he spoke about a lot of the very things that we're seeing right now.
Whether it's, you know, some of the brainwashing that's going on and this slow acceptance of these kind of socialist welfare type programs.
So even in 1964 you could see the writing on the wall.
I think the biggest thing that we're seeing is the ultimate freedom grab, which is, you know, creating this pandemic, if you will, and not saying that, you know, a lot of people that, you know, there's a lot of people that have legitimately died.
There's no question about that, but we know it's got a 99.9% survival rate.
And now you have people overreacting.
They're talking about mandatory masking for the first time ever.
We're talking about mandatory vaccinations.
And I think it boils down to, I should, as a parent, be able to control what goes into my kids' brains and what goes into my kids' veins.
And when big government tries to come into our kitchens and living rooms, I think that's where we're not a United States anymore.
We're not a republic anymore.
And you see our leadership and our so-called leaders who think they have a totally different standard than they put on the rest of us.
In California, we were shut down for two years.
Our kids are going to, and forget going to school masked, our kids are now having to go to the playground, they're having to go to recess, to lunch, all wearing a mask, an N95 mask if you're in Los Angeles, really restrictive.
You have all of these rules that are being thrown out for average Californians, yet you have Gavin Newsom, who was just caught on video at the big football game over the weekend, taking pictures with Magic Johnson, sitting without a mask in the stands.
Now, I want him to do that.
I'm not mad that he was taking pictures without a mask on.
I just want him to give other Californians, and by extension people across the country, the choice to decide whether they want to wear one mask, 12 masks, no mask.
But at least being able to make the decision for what's right for them and for their kids.
Yeah, I would love for Gavin Newsom to have to go to a parent that lost one of their children due to a suicide because of the increased depression anxiety rates that we know have been rampant the last two years while he's sitting there relaxing with his friend Mr. Garcetti and Magic Johnson.
What a total disgrace that guy is.
You know, it's disgusting.
The hypocrisy.
You know, it's OK for me, but not for thee.
You know, just that whole idea that there's the elite, which Ronald Reagan also talked about in 1964, and the elite are supposed to govern all our lives from this small little place called the U.S.
Capitol in Washington, D.C., and they know better than we do as parents.
It's a disgrace, that's all you can say.
Dr. Cordie Williams is with us.
He is a candidate for United States Senate here in the state of California, my home state.
You can follow him on Twitter at DrCordieW, DrCordieW on Twitter, and you can get more information at Cordie, C-O-R-D-I-E, for Senate, the number for senate.com.
Dr. Williams, I want to ask you about more of the health mandates.
Are you seeing that that's what's driving people To get more involved in politics.
I feel like, maybe I'm a Pollyanna or an optimist, but I do feel like people are starting to wake up.
Slowly but surely.
It's not happening all at once.
But you're seeing parents, particularly, who are tired of seeing the curriculum in schools go downhill.
They're tired of seeing the schools fail their kids, not being able to have in-person instruction.
And then, of course, the health issues like mask and vaccine mandates.
Do you think that's where the take back of California is?
Is with parents?
Or do you see it coming from someplace else?
Well, I think Virginia was a great example and New Jersey for that matter with the recent elections on what was possible.
Even with the cheating, I think Virginia showed us that you can buffer the cheating and you can still win.
There was a recent L.A.
City, L.A.
County poll where they found that 70% of parents wanted parental control.
Meaning they wanted the right, which it kind of just makes sense.
You'd think it'd be 99% would want to say, I want to control what goes into my kid's brains and what goes into my kid's veins.
And so, yeah, I do.
I think the take back of not only California, but some of these other blue areas based on Biden's polling numbers or approval ratings, excuse me, which we know are probably 10 to 15 percentage points lower than the Democrats they're polling.
They're in the tanker.
I think that's a really promising sign for this red wave.
But I think after 2022, Jen, we can't say, hey, we won big in 2022 and now we're done.
We have to be hyper vigilant from now on about our freedoms.
It's the theme of our show.
We've got to fight back, and we all have to stand together to do it.
I have to ask you this question, Dr. Williams, not because I think that conservatives need to pledge allegiance in a certain way to former President Trump, but I think it's really important, especially for a candidate in California.
No doubt.
As you are successful in the state of California, I saw it happen with Larry Elder during the recall of Gavin Newsom and other friends of mine.
They constantly want to talk about former President Trump, and I love to do it.
I'm a huge supporter of President Trump, still remain this day, love to vote for him again in 2024.
I wish we had him back in the White House.
But how do you as a Senate candidate in California navigate those waters when people are going to want to ask if you are indeed a true America First candidate, which I hope that you are.
How do you navigate that?
Well, I think it's really simple.
I mean, I'm a Trump guy.
I'm a Jesus guy.
And I happen to, you know, have a smoking hot wife that's from New York.
Right.
And, and, you know, we have to get out of these labels in this, this context.
I mean, you know, my campaign videos up to like 2 million hits and some of them we paid for about 700,000 we didn't pay for.
And in the comments you see people, Jen, Ripping each other apart.
Is he a D?
Is he an R?
Is he a Trumpster?
Oh, he's going to hell, whatever, right?
All this race.
It's not about red or blue.
It's not about Biden or Trump.
It's not about race, gender, who you went to bed with last night.
2022 is a referendum on parental control.
And when people understand and they get outside of the parties, again, I'll refer to the Ronald Reagan speech that he did.
I encourage everybody to Go and see it.
In 1964, he said they want to divide us and separate us with the R and the D. But at the end of the day, here's a guy that used to be a Democrat and Ronald Reagan became a Republican governor of this state, and he moved forward with an agenda that was for the people and by the people.
And at the end of the day, that's what it's about.
We need to get outside of all divisiveness.
And it really should be less about the candidate and more about the output.
What you can do for people.
What you can promise to people and deliver on.
And that's always my answer.
Are you better off pre-pandemic Trump?
You better off then or you better off now under President Biden?
And the answer, if people are being honest, will always be that they were better off back in 2019 than they are today.
Dr. Cordy Williams, thank you so much for what you're doing.
Good luck.
I know we're going to talk again soon.
Follow him right now, D-R-C-O-R-D-I-E-W, Dr. Cordy W. on Twitter, and good luck to you.
As we continue, you won't believe what Black Lives Matter has in store for your kid's school.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Borca on America First.
The End
Mics are on.
Thanks, Ben.
Thank you, Cordy.
That was great.
And let's get in touch.
Maybe we can grab a coffee or do a quick call one of these days.
I would love that.
All right, I'll reach out probably tomorrow, because after I get out of here, I'm gonna have to do some more show prep for tomorrow morning.
So I'll reach out to you tomorrow via text.
Okay, thank you.
Thank you.
Thanks so much.
Be well.
Thank you very much.
Bye.
All right.
Bye.
All right.
Good stuff.
Three minutes.
All right, have you heard about BLM and the new curriculum?
Yeah, the Week of Action, right?
Yes, are you ready?
What is that?
It's apparently multiple public schools all across the country implementing it because it's Black History Month.
Hi, little stalker!
Was it okay?
Was that good?
Cool.
Thank you, Daniel!
That's a good one, right?
Is it sounding all right?
sound good out there?
sound good out there
sound good out there
sound good out there
sound good out there
sound good out there
sound good out there Welcome back to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today.
You can call us at 833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to reach us all throughout the program.
You can also follow us at Seb Gorka on all the platforms, including Rumble, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, you name it.
You can find him at Seb Gorka and you can find me at Jennifer Horne on Twitter and at Jennifer Horne Radio on Facebook and Instagram.
Not to be confused.
With the crazy Jennifer Horne from the Lincoln Project.
I get that all the time, every time I'm here.
Why are you on this program?
I'm an America first, Trump loving Republican in California.
Like a unicorn in this state, very blue California.
All right, so Black Lives Matter is in the news.
Have you heard, maybe if you've got kids that are school age, maybe you've heard about this new curriculum that's taking place.
Schools across the country are implementing Black Lives Matter at school week of action, which is happening.
Calls for the disruption of Western nuclear family dynamics.
Isn't that always a fun one?
The week of action started on Monday in several schools and all across the country from Washington all the way to Massachusetts.
Bringing to classrooms the curriculum that preaches many controversial ideas that I think we were all kind of surprised about.
You hear Black Lives Matter on the surface.
Well, of course they do.
All lives matter.
Black lives matter.
This is all true.
When you dig in, I guess we'd call it a manifesto of Black Lives Matter, you see some ideas that look really similar to communist ideals.
Now, they're taking those ideals and they're pushing them on school campuses throughout this week across the country.
Maybe you should ask your kids if you haven't had a conversation yet this week about whether or not it is Black Lives Matter Week, Action Week, on their school campus.
Now, I went through and looked through all of this, as Larry Elder would say, our friend here on Salem Radio, so you don't have to.
I went through and looked through the Black Lives Matter Starter Kit.
It is filled with curriculum tips and resources for teachers, for school districts, for principals to implement to different grade levels on school campuses across the country.
And as part of this kit, they have their list of four demands that include funding counselors, not cops, Yes, it's a pretty terrible idea.
Mandating Black History and Ethnic Studies.
It also centers itself around the 13 Black Lives Matter guiding principles, which include concepts such as black villages and globalism.
Because remember, Black Lives Matter doesn't believe in the traditional family.
They don't believe in that family structure.
They don't believe in having a mom and dad, brothers and sisters.
Black Lives Matter, and it says very clearly in their manifesto, believes that we should have villages to raise our children.
The problem with that is, I don't know, I mean, I love my neighbors.
I have some really cool neighbors.
But I don't think I'm prepared to take my child and just say, head down the street, they'll take care of you, come back next week.
Are any of you ready for that 833-33-GORKA?
It's a number to call, 833-33-GORKA.
You ready for that idea of villages to raise your kids?
This is what Black Lives Matter wants.
Now, I did a little digging around, and there are 13 guiding principles which are being taught on school campuses, all grade levels, all throughout the country this week.
So they're guiding principles.
Number one is restorative justice.
They say we're committed to collectively, lovingly, and courageously working vigorously Now, I think what Black Lives Matter is failing to see is that we can do better.
Look, we should want to do better each and every day with our justice system in this country.
We should want to strive for perfection if we can get there.
But restorative justice is not quite working.
I can tell you, someone who's lived in California, we've been trying this for a while and crime, at least in my lifetime, has never been higher.
And you're not just talking about burglars and these organized, you know, flash mobs that go into Nordstrom and take a bunch of stuff.
We're talking about people breaking into people's homes.
We're talking about killing.
We're talking about gang deaths.
All of this is on the rise because California has already dipped its toe into restorative justice.
Restorative justice, unfortunately, works for some, but there are others that simply need to be punished.
That's what makes people change their behavior patterns.
Number two on the list, empathy.
Three, a loving engagement.
Four, diversity.
Five, globalism.
You'll hear that term a lot.
Always reminds me of President Obama when I think about globalism.
Here's a good one.
Number six, very charming.
Queer affirming.
They're committed to fostering a queer affirming network.
When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteroformative thinking, or rather the belief that in all worlds are heterosexual unless he she disclosed otherwise.
Trans affirming is number seven.
Number eight is collective value.
Number nine is intergenerational.
They say we're committed to fostering an intergenerational and communal network.
Free from ageism.
We believe that all people, regardless of age, show up with the capability to lead and learn.
Number 10.
Black families.
We're committed to making our spaces family-friendly and enable parents to fully participate with their children.
Black villages.
Number 11 on the list.
We're committed to disrupting the Western prescribed nuclear family structure.
It's probably the most troubling.
Supporting each other as extended families and villages that collectively care for one another and especially our children to the degree that matters.
Mothers, excuse me, parents and children are comfortable.
Number 12, unapologetically black.
We're unapologetically black in our positioning and affirming that black lives matter.
We need not qualify our position.
And number 13, black women.
We are committed to building a black woman affirming space free from sexism, misogyny, and male centeredness.
833-33-GORKA.
What do you make of this curriculum?
Happening right now, this week, schools all across the country, They're taking on Black Lives Matter initiatives.
833-33-GORKA.
Now, I'm not saying that some of this stuff shouldn't just happen.
But to somehow say that we can only exist without these things, these 13 principles, is just setting us up for failure.
Destroying the family is setting us up for failure.
And I'll tell you, in Los Angeles, when the schools closed down after COVID, the LA Unified School District, their teachers union, said that they wouldn't go back to campus, they wouldn't go back to work, unless some of these items from Black Lives Matter were actually met, including restorative justice and counseling, not policing.
That had nothing to do with the school district, but they were taking on these as demands before teachers would return To school.
Had nothing to do with the COVID pandemic.
So what do you think?
What do you think is behind this?
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
Let's say hello to Brian in California on Line 3.
Hi, Brian.
Hey, good afternoon.
Thank you for taking my call.
I respect you a lot.
Enjoy whenever you take over for Dr. Gorka.
Thank you.
I try to listen to Dr. Gorka.
I have similar background.
I'm like Dr. Gorka.
I came from an oppressed country.
I was 17 years old.
I'm close to 60 now.
And I see the same thing happening here.
Where I came from, you couldn't talk about freedom.
Some of my relatives were actually hunted down and imprisoned or killed.
And all this Black Lives Matter has done so far.
We've been to a lot of protests, my girlfriend and I, in support of President Trump or freedom, for that matter, against anti-communists.
Brian, I want to talk to you a little bit more because I think your story is an important one.
There are so many people who want to escape communism that can't.
Will you hold on the line for a second?
All of you as well.
You're welcome to join this conversation.
Black Lives Matter Week coming to a school district near you.
What do you think, parents?
What do you think?
833-33-GORKA.

Welcome back to America First!
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today.
Don't forget to check out that zebgorkastore.com for all of Dr. G's books and all of the great merchandise available to you there.
We've got mugs and Beanies and books, you name it, it is all at SebGorkaStore.com.
I check it out all the time because there's new merchandise added all the time, so make sure you check it out as well.
Schools across America getting some heat this week because they have implemented Black Lives Matter Week of Action.
Calls for disruption of the Western nuclear family.
Calls for all sorts of things that might be a bit questionable, including counselors instead of police.
Remember the old defund the police message?
Well, it started here.
And it has you wondering, people try to escape communism for so long.
I can tell you my family came from the Czech Republic.
Dr. G's family, he writes eloquently about it in Defeating Jihad.
If you haven't read that book, you want to get it.
He talks about his family leaving Hungary under communist rule, his dad and his mom.
I mean a harrowing escape.
My family, it wasn't a dramatic escape, but I am so glad that they were able to get out and make it to Chicago.
When I went back to visit back in 2015, there is a difference.
If any of you have been to Eastern Europe, there is a difference in people's bodies and their just their state of being, their energy, when you walk past them on the street.
Prague is a beautiful city.
It is a modern and beautiful, wonderful city.
The people are fantastic.
But you can tell a difference in how someone who is maybe 50, 60, 70 year old, how they walk, their energy, their kind of Heavier, a little low to the ground.
I don't mean in girth or in their body weight, but their shoulders are rolled forward.
They look down to the ground.
Whereas people who are younger, who grew up after communism left Eastern Europe, those people are very westernized.
It's like walking down the street of New York or Los Angeles or any city in the center of the country.
People look you in the eye.
There isn't this heaviness that sits on people.
It's amazing how it exists in someone's body structure and in their energy, and you may not even know it until you actually have the opportunity to experience.
I did in 2015, and it was stunning.
Communism not only destroys who we are as Americans and our country, but it really does do something to the human spirit that is very real.
And that's why people want to come to this country.
That's why people have come to this country to escape communist regimes.
And what unfortunately is happening with Black Lives Matter is that they're bringing in communist principles and playing on people's emotions or playing on people's emotions that black lives somehow don't matter.
They do.
We should do a better job in this country of proving that black lives do matter.
All lives matter.
We matter.
But we shouldn't be using that as a way to use people's emotions to try to bring in principles like villages instead of the family.
Do you agree with this?
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
Brian in California on Line 3.
Thanks for holding on.
I wanted to get your story because, Brian, you came here.
Where did you come from?
From the mountains of Iran.
From Iran?
Yeah, 1977.
It's 6,070 feet.
And a lot of uprising had occurred in those mountains because there's a lot of freedom fighters in the mountains.
And one of them was my uncle's, I'm sorry, my dad's nephew.
He was a school teacher and during the Shah of Iran, he did talk about freedom.
He left him alone with the new regime, which has been there for 40 years, the Islamic regime that Obama likes, and they hunted him down and killed him.
And the common denominator between me and my Cuban friends that I've become friends with since two years ago, my Romanian friends, And you and Dr. Gorka is, we've seen the other side.
Unfortunately, a lot of Americans, especially young men, they have not seen that, they don't care.
And if they don't, then gradually we're losing our freedom.
And we know how it is, you know how it is, Dr. Gorka knows how it is.
They don't.
We came here, gained that freedom, was given the opportunity to excel and also to assist.
But now it's different, and you know it, and unfortunately they need to rise up.
And a lot of school people are doing that.
They're fighting this communist agenda.
And Black Lives Matter, when we had protests two years ago for President Trump, and we had permits, they would come and throw stuff at us.
They would barge in into our protests.
So again, Black Lives Matter is a communist party, and it's funded by dirty money.
And it has nothing to do with blacks or whites.
It's interesting that you say that.
And Brian, thanks so much for sharing your call.
Sorry, excuse me, your story.
And thank you for the call.
You know, Black Lives Matter and the global network that is Black Lives Matter has raised a lot of money.
So much so that they have tens of millions of dollars right now in the bank, according to our report.
And actually, the attorney general in the state of California is now warning their global network that the state may revoke its tax exempt status and charge late fees to the group leaders if they don't provide financial records they've been trying to hold back.
So we'll continue to follow that story.
Kind of interesting.
A little pushback from California.

So you might listen to that on this Salem station.
And boy, it was interesting at the White House press briefing with Jen Psaki yesterday.
You know, there's been a lot of controversy with Joe Rogan, who is a podcaster and he's on Spotify as a platform.
A lot of artists, Neil Young is probably the most prominent, some crazy, I don't know, other people joining suit saying that they didn't want their music To be heard on Spotify as long as Spotify was going to continue to carry Joe Rogan's podcast.
Now Joe Rogan, if you're not familiar, talks a lot about COVID.
He's really an interview show.
If you've ever listened to the podcast, it is really not all that controversial.
Joe Rogan interviews people, he talks about stuff, they yuck it up, they laugh a little bit, but Joe Rogan is kind of libertarian and he's upset about the mandates and he's upset about the government Not allowing people to get their hands on therapeutics like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine and just pushing the vaccine is really the only thing to help with the fight against COVID-19.
Joe Rogan himself had COVID-19.
He used ivermectin.
He talked about it on his show.
And of course, since he mentioned ivermectin and he questions the mandates and he questions the vaccines, well, now he has to be labeled as misinformation.
That's right.
So, Jen Psaki in the White House Press Briefing Room was asked about Spotify and what other big tech companies need to do to tamp down that misinformation.
Check it out.
Video cut seven.
Spotify is putting out advisory warnings on episodes that have to do with COVID-19.
Does the White House and the administration think this is a satisfactory step?
Well, last July, you probably know, but the Surgeon General also took the unprecedented step to issue an advisory on the risk of misinformation in public health, which is a very significant step.
And amid that, he talked about the role social media platforms have.
So our hope is that all major tech platforms And all major news sources, for that matter, be responsible and be vigilant to ensure the American people have access to accurate information on something as significant as COVID-19.
That certainly includes Spotify.
So this disclaimer, it's a positive step, but we want every platform to continue doing more to call out misinformation and misinformation while also uplifting accurate information.
Do you love this?
Here's a big secret when it comes to COVID-19.
I say it all the time.
No one knows anything about anything.
Everybody that you've listened to on talk radio, on cable news, any newspaper, any study, they've all gotten it wrong in some way.
They have all spread some sort of misinformation, every single one of them.
Whether it was intentional or accidental, Dr. Fauci has done it.
Rochelle Walensky at the CDC has done it.
They have all said things that have turned out not to be true about COVID-19.
Dr. Fauci's still on TV.
Last time I checked, you can see him anytime you want.
If you turn on CNN, if you turn on MSNBC, he's over there chatting away.
Rochelle Walensky still has a job over at the CDC.
She said things that have turned out not to be true.
They flip-flopped all over the place.
They still have a job.
The White House wants to put an advisory label, an advisory warning I don't listen to Joe Rogan every day.
I've heard his show maybe once or twice, to be quite honest.
Not even all the way through.
You can make a choice if you don't like what he says.
You don't have to listen.
You don't have to join the millions of people if you don't like what he says.
You don't need a label to tell you not to listen to it or warning of misinformation by platforms.
Please, and can you imagine, just for a second, comment 833-33-GORKA, you can tweet us, at Seb Gorka, at Jennifer Horn.
Can you imagine for one moment if President Trump had come out when he was president?
And said, you know what, let's slap a misinformation label on CNN.
Let's slap some misinformation labels on MSNBC.
Let's encourage Facebook and Instagram and Twitter to take, to de-platform CNN and MSNBC because they're fake news, as President Trump liked to call them.
He called fake news, but can you imagine if he asked for a warning label to be placed on them?
Can you hear the collective heads exploding from the left if he had done that?
They would have gone apoplectic.
But yet the Biden administration can come out there, take people off of Twitter, maybe even you, maybe even somebody that doesn't have a huge following.
Maybe it's just an average Joe.
They can be removed from Twitter or Facebook or have misinformation warnings put all over their Instagram posts and their Twitter posts.
They can do all that because the Biden administration asked them to censor what they think is true information.
How about that?
833-33-GORKA.
Can you believe where we are?
And can you believe that not more people are standing up and saying something about it?
Thank goodness.
Thank God for talk radio.
And for conservative, brave people who will stand up and fight for people's right to say things.
Look, I don't like AOC that much.
In fact, I don't think I like AOC at all.
I don't like much of what she says.
But you know what?
She has a right to say it.
She has a platform.
Whoopi Goldberg on The View?
She said some pretty stupid things.
Some people are calling her an anti-Semitic.
But you know what?
She said what she said.
Do we cancel her?
Some people want to.
We either stand for free speech in this country, we either allow people to have their own freedom and their own smarts and their own brains to figure out what to believe and what not to, but for the government to come out and say that they want to have more done from big tech to censor information.
Information, by the way, that can help people if they hear it.
Unbelievable.
What do you think?
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
We'll take some of your phone calls on this because it's got me literally almost speechless that the White House in my lifetime is telling people what to think.
Are we the United States?
Are we turning quickly into China?
Are we turning quickly into Russia?
Smack a warning label on it.
Shut people up that don't agree with us.
833-33-GORKA.

We did have a little fun earlier reminding you that February 2nd, it is Groundhog's Day, guys.
So even though you have the Weather Channel and even though you have your iPhones and your weather bugs and your weather apps, we still use a Groundhog to tell you that there are six more weeks of winter coming.
And I think we have something pretty exciting.
This is an America First exclusive.
On line number two, is this really Puxatawney Phil?
Puxitani Phil, are you there on line two?
Yeah, can you hear me?
Oh!
There you are!
Yes!
Is this really Puxitani Phil?
Are you really calling from Gobbler's Notch?
I am!
And I get one good job a year!
And you say you don't want anyone to lose their job!
And you're trying to put me out!
I need this gateway!
Do you even like your job, Phil?
Because it seems like they just wake you up, they pull you out of the tree to see if you see your shadow.
It's worth it to pay for the kids going to school and all that.
At least you're a taxpayer.
I don't have perfect radio jobs.
Pugs, you are in Philadelphia.
You are in Pennsylvania.
That means you probably vote in elections probably two or three times, right?
I do often and frequently.
I do vote.
Thank you.
All right.
A little bit of fun there.
That is caller James.
That's Pugs the Tiny Phil on line number two.
All right.
Let's get serious.
Kay is in California on line three.
Hey, Kay.
Thanks for calling us here on America First.
Hi Jen, I just wanted to call in because I wanted to tell you about the Manhattan Beach School District, specifically the middle school.
Which is in California for those that don't know.
Right, it's in the South Bay.
And just to preface this, my godson goes to the high school, he went through the middle school, and during the Trump election, we were having a lively argument.
He no longer believes in the freedom of speech.
Because of what he was taught at the middle school.
Interesting.
So I have a daughter that's a sixth grader in the middle school, and in her humanities class this week, they're being taught about social justice.
Okay.
Not only that, recently, a few weeks ago, another girl asked the teacher about her project and said, um, what would be the example of a hate crime?
And the teacher said, for instance, and this was right after the Rittenhouse verdict, the Kyle Rittenhouse Act would be an example of a hate crime.
And I said to my daughter, are they not teaching you about the Constitution at all?
And my daughter was like, no mommy, I would rather, I would rather learn about the Constitution than this stuff.
In her sixth grade science class, almost every day that teacher talks about global warming and how it's the fault of Trump and Bush.
It is amazing to me, this misinformation.
She said she would love to learn about actual science.
Then in her math class, That teacher somehow finds a way to also insert politics into math.
And she's like, I would just prefer to learn about straight math.
So she only has two teachers who do not talk about politics.
Okay, I'll tell you what, we'll put you on hold.
We'll connect.
I'd love to invite your kids in.
I'm in Los Angeles as well.
They can come into the studio.
We'll have a chat.
We'll talk it through because this kind of stuff that's happening in schools needs a fight.
So stick on the line at 833-33-GORKA.
Your calls and a look at Afghanistan and the Biden administration's failures on America First.

Thank you, Dr. G!

Now, President Biden has had a whole lot of trouble in his first year in the White House, specifically when it comes to foreign policy.
And we can't count out the economy, of course, and COVID.
Joining us right now is Congresswoman Young Kim.
She serves at California's 39th congressional district.
You can follow her at RepYoungKim.
And Congresswoman Kim, thanks so much for being with us today.
Thank you for having me, Jennifer.
Always good to be with you.
And you too.
So before we jump into some of the stories today on Ukraine and Afghanistan, I want to ask you just your initial thoughts watching from Congress.
This is your first term as a congresswoman.
You watched President Biden come into office and you've watched this first year unfold.
What are your takeaways from the first year of the Biden presidency?
I would say Put it this way, when he came before Congress on January 20th to speak before joint sessions and to the members of Congress, I earnestly wished him well.
So much so that my colleagues and I in the freshman class sent him a letter offering our best efforts to work with him in a bipartisan way.
And we really wish him well because his success as our president is our success for the American people.
Fast forward to a year later when I assessed his first year in office.
All I see is crisis after crisis, which I call the border crisis, economic crisis, education crisis, energy crisis, COVID crisis, crime crisis, national security crisis.
There is not one area that is so important for everyday our lifestyle that it hasn't been touched on.
And he has failed in every single one of them.
Contrary to that, if I may put a plug in myself, as a freshman in my first year, working across the aisle in a bipartisan way, and I really delivered for my district and for my constituents by having 12 bills passed out of the House and four were signed into law.
So, I mean, I was watching President Biden doing his one year press conference.
And when he was asked how he would assess his first year, and he said he overperformed, my immediate thought was, are you kidding me?
It's unbelievable.
That's how I would assess his first year compared to mine.
I agree with you, and I've been watching you, and I think even though Republican members of Congress have had a tough time of it, because you're not the majority party, there still have been achievements, more achievements than the Biden administration has done or has accomplished, and certainly some of the biggest failures.
And this, I think, young Kim, is really important.
The media gave Joe Biden a honeymoon period, more than they did President Trump.
President Biden got a honeymoon period, but it was Afghanistan where the media really started to question him a little more and have started to distance themselves slowly but surely from President Biden.
And there's a new story that's out today, some breaking news.
Axios reporting this.
This is not a right-wing Publication Axios and other major media outlets coming out with these leaked notes from the White House Situation Room meeting which happened the day before Kabul actually fell in Afghanistan and it shed light on just how vastly unprepared the Biden administration was to get Exactly.
citizens out, our allies out of Afghanistan.
It seemed like the only reason they were getting people out by the plane load is because of pressure.
We have no idea who those people were.
And they left behind people.
I just saw a story that said 100 people have been killed by the Taliban since we left Afghanistan several months ago.
There are still people there.
Exactly.
There are still many Americans.
This Biden administration will say, oh, we probably have a dozen left.
This Biden administration will say, oh, we probably have a dozen left.
But contrary to that, we know for sure there are at least several hundreds of Americans.
But contrary to that, we know for sure there are at least several hundreds of Americans.
And also, in addition to that, we have a lot of Afghans who fought shoulder to shoulder without U.S. troops.
And we made promise to them that we will get them out.
We still have them inside Taliban, especially with the young women and girls that we've been paying so much attention.
We made promise and made so much progress in that field that we left all of them behind.
Therefore, the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan and our inability to still get them out.
And still to this day, we have to rely on private groups who are still working tirelessly to save lives in Afghanistan.
And they're having bureaucratic roadblocks and red tape prohibiting them from cuddling flights out of the country.
And they are getting funding from the federal government.
But we're still leaving them behind.
This is what the American people have watched.
And I think if they were giving them, as you said, honeymoon period for President Biden and this administration, that since August, I think people are really looking at the administration and the failed Democratic leadership for what it is, the truly failed leadership.
So we got a lot of work to do.
So we got a lot of work to do.
And obviously we can talk about this, but we have really no oversight at the State Department, what they are doing.
And we really need to get to the bottom of it.
And I do have a legislation, Rescue Act.
I don't know if we're ready to talk about it.
Yeah, let's talk about it, because this is really important.
Congresswoman Young Kim is with us.
She serves California's 39th Congressional District in the Orange County area, Southern California.
And this Rescue Act, this is a really important one, because You said it, and I want to underscore it.
The Biden administration didn't get out American personnel.
We didn't get out American citizens.
We left behind our allies.
When private groups went in there to try to clean up his mess, the State Department prevented those people from leaving.
They put up roadblocks so that the private groups couldn't get out and try to fix what problems were caused by the Biden administration and the government.
They were blocked.
And so this is a really important one.
Tell us about it and how it's going to work.
Sure.
So we're still talking to the State Department officials with the rescue operation, and my office alone is having hundreds of cases that are still pending.
And we've been given promise after promises that they will pay attention to them and help them out.
They haven't.
So, one of the things that I've been doing, and my office and my staff is working diligently, is to ensure that the Americans do not forget that our mission to save lives in Afghanistan is not over.
the mission that we need to continue on.
So we have an op-ed that was recently published in Orange County Register.
And thank you so much for pushing that out so more people will learn about what is currently happening.
And more importantly, there is no oversight at the State Department and how they're managing this private evacuation group from Afghanistan, including which groups they partner with, the criteria for those elections, how much taxpayer money is spent and whether any of the money how much taxpayer money is spent and whether any of the money is ending up in the hands of That's why I introduced Rescue Act to demand transparency and get answers to these important questions from the State Department.
And we really need to continue to demand answers from this Biden administration and Afghanistan.
Because as you and I agree, this was a failure for our country and the American people and our veterans deserve answers.
Absolutely.
And it's not who we are as a country to leave people behind.
Got to switch gears now with about three minutes left.
Congresswoman Young Kim is with us.
And crime has become a huge issue, not just in our home state of California, across the country.
The Biden administration seems oblivious to it.
They changed their tune.
The White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki came out and said, well, we do take crime seriously.
We are going to do some things.
They're going to push Biden out, I think, into New York this week.
So Congresswoman Kim, is it that they don't understand the plight of the American people dealing with these everyday issues like crime on our homes and our businesses?
Or is it that they just are happy that there's a problem?
Because the problem means that the system isn't working, which means they can transform the system that they rail against, literally.
So one of the crises that I talked about early on during the Biden administration in his first year is crime crisis.
I mean, they talk about a big on law enforcement and, you know, protecting our communities across the country.
Yet what we're seeing is it seems like they're living in a different world.
I for one represent so many small business owners in LA.
I have a very diverse district and I have people coming to me at my events and calling me in my offices talking about the crime situation.
The homeless people coming to the restaurants and the restaurant owners having difficulty keeping their doors open because customers don't want to come where the homeless people are just It's tempting out, pretty much.
So in the midst of that supply chain crisis and container backlog, criminals are breaking into cargo containers on the Union Pacific Railway, right?
So we have a crime situation.
Law enforcement is having a hard time because we don't have the resources that's needed.
So I attribute all of those to California's Prop 47 and our L.A.
County D.A.
Gaston's zero-bail policies.
That is really contributing to this public safety crisis and endangering our communities.
So let's not talk about just supporting law enforcement and at the same time they defund our public safety and law enforcement.
Young, we are out of time.
We support them.
But we thank you so much for what you're doing.
Follow her right now at Rep Young Kim on Twitter and stay in touch.

Thank you so much for joining us.
Remember to call us at 833-33-GORKA.
We'll take your phone calls in just a few moments.
But we're talking with Congressman Young Kim about many of the failures of the Biden administration Including, from a foreign policy perspective, the news out today that leaked notes from the White House Situation Room, which happened, this meeting happened a day before Kabul fell, shed new light on how unprepared the Biden administration really was to deal with our troop withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Now, I know a lot of critics of President Trump say, well, President Trump wanted to get out of Afghanistan as well.
That's right.
I think most Americans were done with American troops being in Afghanistan.
But as is just the case with many of these countries, especially in this area of the world, you have to deal with the instability so that you don't have the problems that we saw, gosh, in previous administrations with troop withdrawals.
President Obama, ask him about all of the instability that he had to deal with in these areas.
When we took our troops out of Afghanistan, President Trump Listened to his military advisors.
He took their cues.
He wanted to pull them out.
Remember, everybody said President Trump was this blowhard and it was his way or the highway and he didn't listen to anybody.
Well, it seems that he did actually listen to his military advisors.
He never withdrew troops from Afghanistan because they had set up a criteria that had to be met.
I'm talking about the Taliban had to meet the criteria of the United States in order for US troops to leave Afghanistan.
President Trump stood firm with that.
Enter President Biden, who decided in his head that it would look great for optics.
That September 11th was the day that we had to be withdrawn from Afghanistan, and he threw out the list.
He threw out the requirements of the Taliban that the Trump administration has made.
He threw out the advice of his military advisors.
The collaborative or the so-called collaborative president, the adult in the room, well, Joe Biden decided that he would just leave Afghanistan when he wanted to.
The administration was unprepared.
Kabul fell.
The Taliban literally entering Kabul As the Biden administration was just having a meeting about what they should do with personnel at the embassy, what they should do with American citizens who were stuck in the country.
It all happened on this date in August.
Kabul falls, the Biden administration then decides to start talking about what to do.
That was on August the 14th.
These notes, by the way, are pretty significant.
The Trump administration had leaks all the time.
It was almost like every day there was a new story about another leak.
His White House was very leaky because he had lots of swamp members that were working within it, working against President Trump and his administration constantly.
And so you had all of these leaks that came out.
You had whistleblowers.
And remember, when President Obama was in office, he might have had a whistleblower or two, and they were constantly discredited.
President Trump's were not.
They were anonymous tips that were thrown across the front pages of every newspaper and MSNBC and CNN and all of the cable news, and they were everywhere.
People commented whether they ended up panning out or not.
Most oftentimes, they did not.
These reports went everywhere.
Well, now the Biden administration has had this honeymoon period.
They haven't had to deal with this.
There were no leaks.
There were no whistleblowers with the Biden administration.
Until now.
Afghanistan was the thing.
This'll be the tide-turning moment for the Biden administration.
This is when things started to go sour for them.
We felt it.
It wasn't like they were doing great things until Afghanistan.
They were doing terrible things, but they didn't have to actually answer for it.
But Afghanistan was different.
And I think one of the keys where you can see the tide turning now, if you know politics, is the fact that the news media, not just talk radio, not just Fox News, not just Newsmax, not just One America News, Axios, CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, they're now talking about these leaked documents that show the Biden administration knew they were going to have a problem, that they didn't have people out in time, they didn't even have a plan.
To get people out of Afghanistan on this timeline that was just decided willy-nilly by President Biden and the people around him.
And the reason it matters is that the press wouldn't usually take this unless there was a shift.
So to me, this is a clear indication, the first real piece of evidence that we have, that the Democrat Party is going to try to push out Joe Biden at least before 2024 so that they can bring someone in who they see as a more viable candidate.
These leaks wouldn't be happening unless someone allowed them to happen.
Unfortunately, that's just the state of politics, the Democrat Party, the DNC, and the news media right now, is that they all work to scratch each other's backs.
Anyone else think it's a little curious that maybe now is the time we're hearing about this story?
Thank you.
I was getting there.
the biden administration 833-33-GORCA that's the number to call representative andy biggs is a congressman from arizona and he said because of all of these failures of the biden administration that republicans ought to get ready in 2022 to impeach joe biden take a listen introduced a resolution to impeach myorkas thank you i was getting there yes yeah he needs to be as So does Joe Biden.
Yes!
What he's done on the border.
I mean, I can give you all kinds of other areas that I think he should be impeached for, but what he's done on the border and the ramification of what he's done on the border makes him impeachable.
So we need to be preserving evidence now.
Yes!
Preparing now, so that when we come to power in January, when we have the majority, we can begin with the investigations and, where necessary, the impeachments.
I mean, they have to be held accountable for what they've done.
That interviewer lady, very enthusiastic.
Yes, yes, she really liked that impeachment talk.
How about you?
What do you think?
833-33-GORKA.
Is it time for Republicans to impeach Joe Biden?
They impeached President Trump.
Democrats impeached President Trump for less.
Impeachment, removal of office, two different things.
But is it time?
Representative Andy Biggs says that Republicans should prepare for the impeachment of Joe Biden.
And he cited the border as a failure.
Of course, Afghanistan, that's one of the reasons.
You could also look at the failures of COVID.
And if we look at impeachable offenses, I think there's a real conversation that we have to have about Joe Biden and how he enriched himself.
Did or did not enrich himself from China while he was vice president?
Was he selling access to himself?
Was Hunter selling access?
Peter Schweitzer, who has a brand new book that's out, says that Hunter Biden was making money cashing checks from higher-ups in China while Joe Biden was president.
Is that significant enough?
Now Republicans are saying it's time for a special counsel to be called to investigate that.
Is that possibly grounds for impeachment?
Or should Republicans say, you know what?
Know what?
We're not going to go down that path.
We're not going to play the impeachment game.
What do you think?
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
Judy is in Brooklyn on line four.
Hi, Judy.
Hi, Jennifer.
I was listening to you about the withdrawal that Biden did that didn't listen to anything that Trump worked so hard together with Mike Pompeo, together with Kash Patel.
18 months they were working on a deal they kept taliban in check not one death because they warned trump himself warned the head of taliban you harm one person and we know where we're going to get you we're going to you'll be you'll be finished we'll eliminate you and at the same time they were trying to work a very peaceful thing and one of the key things jennifer is they were never going to give up the grum airports
That was the brains, that was the eyes for the Afghanis to run after any of these Taliban that were going to try to do anything out of their caves or whatever.
Biden, what did he do?
One of the first things, he gave up Bagram Airport.
He let out the prisoners.
These prisoners in the airport there, they went out and they were murdering everything, and the whole thing was chaos.
And guess what?
Biden didn't give a flying flip.
He actually said, I will not abide by any agreement that President Trump did.
Therefore, the Taliban said, therefore, we don't have to abide by any agreement either.
That's right.
So the whole thing was chaotic.
He didn't care.
By the way, Jennifer, I want to tell you something.
Yes.
As far as, watch her face.
Oh my God.
Whoopi Goldberg, right?
I agree with you.
I agree with your freedom of speech.
She has her opinion, but guess what?
Misinformation should be corrected.
Alright, we're going to talk about Whoopi Goldberg when we come back.
I promise you that.
Thank you so much, Judy, for the call.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
We'll talk about Whoopi on America First.
Whoopi on America First.
Thank you.
Whoopi on America First.
Whoopi on America First.
- Welcome back to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne broadcasting to you from our West Coast Relief Factor.com studios in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today.
Follow him on Twitter at SebGorka and check out the website SebGorka.com.
All right, Representative Andy Biggs has said that he thinks it's time for Republicans to get ready, win in 2022, and then impeach the heck out of President Biden.
For a number of things, particularly he mentions the border, which of course I think there are some real implications there.
Afghanistan, of course, is one of them.
There is also a lot percolating about Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and Peter Schweitzer's claim in his book that Hunter Biden cashed a check from China, like millions of dollars, I don't even know, can you use like mobile banking for that?
I don't think, I don't know.
I don't get checks for millions of dollars, but he gets a check, millions of dollars, from the Chinese Communist Party, from the government, highest people in China, while Joe Biden is sitting in the White House.
Is that enough?
Did Don Jr.
get a check from China while President Trump was in the White House?
833-33-GORKA, do you think Republicans should back off this idea of impeachment?
Or is it full blast, pedal to the metal, 2022?
It's on.
833-33-GORKA.
Rick is in Los Angeles on Line 5.
Hi, Rick!
Hey, Jennifer.
Thanks for taking my call.
Yeah, here's the thing.
As much as I think our beloved president is an absolute bumbling, incompetent fool, and I'd love to see him impeached, two things.
Welcome President Kamala Harris.
God forbid.
Come on, man!
You haven't, yeah, you haven't seen anything yet if you think Bill Biden is a disaster.
And secondly, I think it's still going to be political suicide.
I don't think the American public on either side of the aisle tends to like impeachments.
So, you know, let's kick butt in 2022 and he'll be handcuffed.
Hopefully he won't be able to destroy the country any more than he already has.
I thank you for the phone call.
I come from the state of Delaware.
Everybody thinks the big industry is chemicals.
It's chickens.
Chickens.
Boiler chickens.
I don't know what you're talking about.
I think that Joe Biden is just fine.
I think he's totally within his right frame of mind.
Chickens, man.
Broiler chickens.
A lot there to unpack, Rick.
And look, I understand the poison pill of impeachment.
And you said something that you don't think people like impeachment.
I think Democrats love impeachment.
They impeach President Trump for far less than we're even talking about impeaching President Biden for.
They love it.
They're not afraid to use it.
The question is strategically.
I don't think Americans in general or Republicans like impeachment.
Look, impeachment serves a purpose.
It's kind of like I get annoyed when people call things or people that they don't like Nazis because I think it takes away the power.
of what it really means to be a Nazi, right?
When you call everybody you don't like, and people call President Trump a Nazi, and all the people they disagree with that name, it loses its power.
The same thing is true with impeachment.
Impeachment should be a powerful tool that we use to keep a check over our governments, our system of government.
That's not what Democrats are using it for anymore.
They're saying, we don't like this person.
He shouldn't have won.
We want to get rid of him at all costs.
They took him down.
It became very, very politicized.
So the question is, do Republicans follow suit?
And I think strategically, that's a question that we all have to ask ourselves.
Do we make this now just a political game, and is impeachment now the new thing that we do?
And you're right, Kamala Harris will be next, but it's not going to be any... I don't believe that it will be any worse than having Biden sit in office, because the truth is neither of them are making the big decisions.
Kamala Harris and Joe Biden are not pulling the strings of the country.
They are taking orders.
Both of them are in that position because they are transactional characters.
And the Democrat Party, which is very powerful, much more powerful than the DNC, knows that, holds the reins, and Kamala Harris and Joe Biden do what they're told to do.
That's just it.
It's not like either one's going to be worse than the other.
I just don't, I don't buy it.
They're all terrible.
They're all going to be terrible.
Did any of us think Joe Biden would be this bad?
It's because there's someone back there who's making decisions.
833-33-GORKA.
Lori in California, line four.
Hi, Lori.
Hi, Jennifer.
Thank you for taking my call.
Thank you.
I think it's pedal to the metal.
For impeaching Biden, he has certainly met a halt and exceeded all of the standards for being impeached.
I think it would, in its own way, kind of justify what happened to Donald Trump, because it would be like putting the book back on to why we really do impeach a president.
And here's why we're impeaching President Biden.
He would represent the perfect example why we need to impeach presidents.
You know, it's funny, Lori.
I know I said pedal to the metal is one of the options.
I don't know that I'm in that camp, actually.
I don't think it makes much difference.
If we impeach Joe Biden, we'll get Kamala Harris.
I don't think it makes much difference.
But what I do think is really important is that Republicans have to win because we have to do investigative committees and we have to do some oversight.
And I think that is going to be way more impactful in getting what's really going on in the government to the American people, more than any political hunt for impeachment, much to the dismay, I know, of some people who'd like to just see it happen.
And believe me, my heart might not be that bad.
833-33-GORKA-WHOOPIE-GOLDBERG suspended at The View!
The story next!
Thank you.
Welcome back to America First Broadcasting from the westcoastrelieffactor.com studios.
I'm Jennifer Horne on loan from AMA 70, AM 590, The Answer in Southern California.
Happy to be in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Hanging out with all of you today.
Thanks for joining me.
Now, one big controversy that has erupted on television over at The View is Whoopi Goldberg, who hosts the program, has been put on suspension by ABC for two weeks for comments that she made that many people are saying are anti-Semitic.
If you missed it, this is what Whoopi Goldberg said on The View two days ago.
The Holocaust isn't about race.
No.
No.
It's not about race.
That's my favorite.
The Holocaust isn't about race.
And everybody just recoils into their chair.
Joy Behar, you can hear her just like suck that back in because she knows that's not a good thing to say.
And then Whoopi goes, no, it's not.
I'd like to just convince her.
Take a listen.
The Holocaust isn't about race.
No, it's not about race.
But it's not about race.
It's not about race because it's about man's inhumanity to man.
That's what it's about.
But it's about white supremacy.
But these are two white groups of people.
Okay, so the minute you turn it into race, it goes down this alley.
Look, clearly Whoopi Goldberg is saying something.
I don't believe that she's anti-Semitic.
Maybe some of you do.
And look, we can all disagree.
We can all agree.
I think Whoopi Goldberg just made a stupid statement.
Clearly, people like Whoopi Goldberg, people who are on the left, They believe that racism has to exist based on our skin color, right?
She obviously didn't know what she said was inaccurate.
She was corrected.
She started to apologize.
ABC whips her around trying to get popular public opinion back in her favor.
I said that the Holocaust wasn't about race.
And it was instead about man's inhumanity to man.
But it is indeed about race.
Because Hitler and the Nazis considered Jews to be an inferior race.
Now words matter and mine are no exception.
I regret my comments as I said and I stand corrected.
I also stand with the Jewish people as they know and y'all know because I've always done that.
Now you can hear she sounds put out and angry that she had to even offer this apology.
She even went on to Colbert's show on CBS and tried to explain further.
I'm not Jewish and I'm black but as someone who understands uh you know what I've read of how the Nazis operated when they found out That you were of the Jewish race.
That's why they make you wear a star, so they could see you.
So they could identify you.
But my point is, they had to do the work.
If the Klan is coming down the street, and I'm standing with a Jewish friend, and neither one... Well, I'm gonna run.
But if my friend decides not to run, Again, it just becomes more about skin color.
Well, Whoopi Goldberg was suspended from The View, ABC, which is owned by Disney.
They suspended her for two weeks, mostly because of pressure that they had to do something.
Whoopi Goldberg, the reports are today in the New York Post saying that she is livid, saying that she feels humiliated at being disciplined by ABC executives.
We can argue all day long about Whoopi Goldberg's intentions.
People have a right to employ who they want.
People have a right to say who they want.
The problem, I think, is less about Whoopi Goldberg and more about ABC and about Disney.
ABC and Disney were pretty horrible to Roseanne.
Remember what she said, making a joke about someone's appearance, Susan Rice, I believe?
Roseanne came out and apologized.
She lost the show that had her name on it from ABC because of something she said.
Gina Carano came out and said something far less offensive than Whoopi Goldberg.
She lost her job.
Now ABC has painted themselves into a corner because you want to look like you take these things seriously, that you treat all of them the same.
They don't want to fire Whoopi Goldberg.
And now Whoopi Goldberg says, I might just quit The View because I don't want to have to deal with all of this.
Think about what's happened.
The cancel culture run amok.
Roseanne, it wasn't just her.
It wasn't just Gina Carano.
It was Megyn Kelly.
Remember, asking a question about blackface.
She just asked a question.
She wasn't making a statement.
She wasn't trying to be salacious.
She just asked a question about it.
Sharon Osbourne lost her job on The Talk on CBS for simply backing up her friend Piers Morgan, who was talking about Megyn Markle.
who is someone who's half black.
And Sharon Osbourne was then taken off of the talk because they said she was racist, standing up for Piers Morgan, also a racist.
So what's the difference here?
Should ABC have to get rid of Whoopi Goldberg?
Listen to this from this morning.
Mika Brzezinski on Morning Joe says that we're just a little out of control.
We need to move on.
This is video cut three.
In terms of forgiveness, in terms of more of a space of kindness, I know that may not make as many ratings, but you know, this is, This is something that is just gonna, like, start getting ridiculous.
I mean, if Whoopi Goldberg is cancelled, that would be, that would be the end, I mean, that would be the end of this all.
This cancel culture is getting so out of hand.
Yeah, it's so out of hand because now Whoopi Goldberg's on the chopping block.
I mean, are you guys, seriously, the hypocrisy here is so insanely crazy.
It's fine to fire Sharon Osbourne.
It was fine to cancel Piers Morgan.
It was great to cancel Roseanne.
But now we need to be nice and understanding.
And again, it doesn't even matter about Whoopi Goldberg.
This is about consistency and about hypocrisy.
It only gets worse when you go on to Don Lamond's show, video cut four.
I think in this moment we need to think about intent.
We need to think about who our allies are.
And we need to, there is a difference between someone who's marching on the street With a swastika or, you know, a crazy Auschwitz t-shirt than someone who is on a show called The View, right?
Because I say, I'm on this show every night and I say things that I regret all the time and sometimes it comes out of my mouth and I want to pull it back, right?
And I think as long as we can learn from that and if the apology is sincere, I think we should allow people to move on and not so-called cancel them.
I'll just wrap up.
We don't have to cancel them.
You think Don Lemon would extend the same grace to me?
To Dr. Sebastian Gorka?
President Trump?
I sure don't think so.
Here's a warning to the left.
You embrace cancel culture, you're going to end up cancels yourself.
It's just going to happen because nobody is perfect.
Everybody makes a mistake.
And the cancel culture comes for you when it goes too far.
833-33-GORKA will wrap up with your phone calls.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.

Welcome back!
It is America First!
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today, and we are going to do this as quickly as possible.
Many of you have been holding on.
A33-33 Gorka, lots of stuff we've been talking about today.
Should Biden be impeached?
Whoopi Goldberg, 3,000 troops going into Ukraine, Afghanistan withdrawal.
Let's go start with Doug in Sacramento, line one.
Doug, you're on America First.
Hi.
Thank you.
Hi.
Um, I think it would be an error for the Republicans to bite on the Democrats bait.
The Democrats need to get rid of Biden on their own.
And not let the Republicans do their dirty work for him.
Doug, I got to tell you, I totally agree.
I mean, I know what we think, right?
We all want to get the satisfaction of getting him out of office.
But what's next?
I mean, it's all going to be the same thing.
Doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
So I agree with that.
I think impeachment is probably just a mistake.
It's better to message what the Biden administration is doing wrong and get that out to the American people.
Thanks for the call.
Sonia in Sacramento on line two.
Hi, you're on America First.
Hello.
Hi, Jennifer.
Thank you so much for taking my call.
Thank you.
Go ahead.
What's on your mind?
I wanted to mention that North Carolina residents just served the Board of Commission's notice of filing a claim against their liability insurances.
And they are citing denial of rights and 25 unconstitutional violations and, I'm sorry, illegal activities.
And this is huge because each member is personally financially responsible for any legal costs, etc., if it were to go to court.
And if it does go to court, these people can lose their homes, the cost of legal fees, etc.
So I'm wondering also, can we do... I think this is relevant to every elected member of any office.
Absolutely.
I think we can do this to all of them.
So I just wanted to put that out there.
And in fact, give a shout out to all the great patriots in the Sons of Liberty bar and grill, also known as the Gorka rumble chat group.
I love it.
Thank you guys for being out there.
And you're right, it really does.
For local politics, the school boards are key.
Sonja, thanks so much for the phone call.
Carl in Houston, Line 3.
Hi Carl, you're on America First.
You know, impeachment's a waste of time.
It's going to cause a few problems and it's going to take away from what we need to be doing, and that's destroying the left.
It's going to allow them to pivot It's going to allow them to move away from responsibility for the policies they've implemented and the consequences of their actions in the last year.
And if we can continue to rub their nose in that over the next three years, we can possibly help make a bigger example of them and help other voters understand how bad, how damaging the Democrat Party is to America.
All right.
Thank you so much, Carl.
Real quick here, about 10 seconds.
Line 5, Donna in orange.
You think that Biden should be impeached?
How come?
Yes, impeach him.
Impeach him?
Just do it!
All right.
Thanks, Donna.
