Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: AOC has COVID; will she blame Florida?

Welcome, dear friends.
Welcome, welcome, welcome.
Where to begin?
How about with the only thing that matters?
The truth.
This is America First, and I'm your host, Sebastian Gorka, and you are listening to the Salem Radio Network.
As I was listening to the latest interview with the director of the CDC, the following occurred to me.
And let's just start with this little list that I tweeted out yesterday and see if it provokes the little grey cells.
One of Magatha Christie's protagonists used to say, things that didn't stop the China virus.
Lockdowns, number one.
Number two, closing businesses.
Number three, masking everybody.
Number four, plastic shields.
And I don't mean the stupid ones people wear on top of their masks.
I mean, you know, the ones you see at the post offices at the seven to this day, those stupid plastic shields, which I guess COVID can't go around or over because, uh, yeah, reasons.
What else?
Number five, social distancing, whether it was Six feet, three feet, five feet, or a thousand feet in the forest as you're walking your dog.
Closing schools, number seven.
And lastly, perhaps most important of all, the vaccine.
Just a little reminder, this was Rachel Maddow a few months ago, giving us her take on why the vaccines are the final defense.
Cut one.
Instead of the virus being able to hop from person to person to person to person, spreading and spreading, sickening some of them, but not all of them, and the ones that it doesn't sicken don't know they have it, and then they give it to even more people because they didn't recognize they were... Right?
Instead of the virus being able to hop from person to person to person, potentially mutating and becoming more virulent and drug-resistant along the way, now we know that the vaccines work well enough that the virus stops with every vaccinated person.
A vaccinated person gets exposed to the virus.
The virus does not infect them.
The virus cannot then use that person to go anywhere else.
It cannot use a vaccinated person as a host to go get more people.
That means the vaccines will get us to the end of this.
That's the woman who's supposed to be the smartest person on MSNBC went to Yale or Harvard or somewhere else.
Isn't that right, Mr. G?
Isn't Rachel Maddow supposed to be the clever one?
Oh, she's by far the smartest person.
They talk about it all the time.
So how did AOC catch COVID?
I wonder how Rachel would respond to that.
I'm sure she'll respond to that tonight.
Is she going to circle back?
That's Posacki.
Yes, but it's the same kind of thing, isn't it?
Thank you.
Thank you, Mr. G. Because that's the latest news.
AOC's got COVID.
Not only vaccinated, but had the booster as well.
So here's the question.
What is the point of the vaccine?
I'll tell you what the point of the vaccine It's the only thing that matters.
And I think I have to start doing what my friend Krista Gall, my sometime very gracious guest host out of Philadelphia, has said about the vaccines.
They're not vaccines.
I've been vaccinated.
Like most children my age, I was vaccinated against various things.
But what does a vaccine mean?
Until this year, what did it mean?
Magically, the definition changed.
But a vaccine used to be something that provides permanent or semi-permanent immunity, meaning the whole of your life or decades worth of immunity for whichever disease it was developed.
But now we're talking about booster shots every six months?
I was coming in today and I was listening to a show on the radio.
Oh yes, it was Scott Atlas.
We've got to get him on this show.
Scott Atlas, former presidential advisor under the Trump administration, Stanford University clinician.
And this is the latest figure.
Just sit down for a second, okay?
And listen to this.
Latest European study, proper medical study adjudicated out of Holland, I believe, states that if you have been boosted, you have a 10% protection against the virus.
10%.
That's not a vaccine statement.
So let's stop calling them vaccines.
These are watered-down, semi-therapeutic whatevers.
Shots, let's call it like the flu shot.
The flu shot is not a vaccine.
We never called it that because it does not provide requisite protection and you have to get it every year, which is not what you do with a vaccine.
It's a shot against COVID.
So what's the point of the shot?
There's only one point.
If AOC can get the vaccine, get boosted, then catch Covid and you know who she's going to vote.
Who's she going to blame, Mr G?
Are you there?
Who's AOC going to blame?
Oh, there's no question DeSantis tried to kill her.
It's Governor DeSantis tried to kill her!
Or all of Florida.
DeSantis and all of Florida.
No, I think DeSantis.
You're going to go after him.
Okay, yes.
Just like Janie the Sixth when she said, they were banging down my door and they were going to kill me.
What, three blocks away?
When you weren't actually in the House chambers, but you were in your offices in another building?
Three blocks away?
Stupid and a liar.
That's who AOC is.
But, you know, she's got... Because she came back from Florida.
Her naughty little trip with Birkenstock Boy.
There you go!
Thank you, Eric.
Birkenstock Boy.
There's a photograph with her cocktail.
Laced with COVID.
You know Rhonda Stanton.
He just disguised himself as a waiter.
He did one of those Mission Impossible masks, right?
He got on his rubber mask and he crept into the restaurant, dropped a little Wu-Flu in her margarita.
And that's how she caught it.
You know she's gonna blame him.
You know she's gonna blame him.
But she caught it!
Which means what?
If she caught it, she can spread it.
Ah, so what's the point of the shot?
I'll tell you.
The only thing you can scientifically demonstrably argue with regards to any of the so-called vaccines is they lessen your chances of severe hospitalization.
Period.
Bingo.
End of story.
Doesn't stop you catching it, doesn't stop you spreading it.
So why would you care if I'm vaccinated?
That's the point.
The shot only has relevance to the person who has taken it.
Because you can still catch it and spread it.
They are the science deniers.
The vaccines, the so-called vaccines, don't stop you catching or spreading it.
Therefore, it doesn't protect.
What they've been saying, protect other people, is a lie.
It doesn't protect other people.
The only thing it does is prevent you, in most cases, from not getting the worst case of the coronavirus.
And it doesn't protect you as well As having the antibodies from naturally catching it.
That's the truth.
And that's why we are here.
And that's what you should spread.
Okay, calm down Gorka.
Let's get some relief factor.
No!
Let's tell everybody about how to get a good night's sleep.
Guys, it's the most important thing.
Truly the most important thing affecting your health.
Even more than your diet.
Getting a good night's sleep.
Do what I do.
Rest your head on a pillow that doesn't have to be flipped every 30 minutes because it's too hot.
Doesn't have to be plumped up in an hour because your head's sunken into it.
It is superb.
There's a reason he sold 51 million of them.
The left hates him because he is a man of faith who loves America.
They wish to destroy him.
Go to his website.
More than 150 amazing products.
President Trump loves the MyPillow.
My whole team uses them.
But he's got everything from Egyptian cotton geezer dream sheets to pet beds.
You name it.
Sheepskin line slippers.
Use my name and Mike Lindell is going to give you up to 66% off.
Get a good night's sleep and tell the left what you think of their fascistic cancel culture.
Call 800-829-8468.
That's 800-829-8468.
Promo code Gawker.
Or just go to mypillow.com.
That's mypillow.com.
Promo code G-O-R-K-A.
This is America First.
America First What was he talking about last week that was really good?
Georgia, right?
Georgia.
So let's continue.
Mike's back on.
What was he talking about last week that was really good?
Georgia, right?
The Georgia thing, yeah.
So let's continue.
Georgia.
Georgia.
Oh, did he write the one about Jim Jordan?
What about McCabe's comments about this?
Yes, McCabe and... where, who wrote this?
Where's the author?
Just put McCabe and Jordan.
Okay.
And is that a cut?
Is McCabe a cut?
Yeah, I found it.
Oh, you did?
Oh, yeah.
Can you play Cut 2?
Cut 2, right here.
This wave of political violence that's really not just confined to the Capitol.
It's going on in school boards around the country.
It's going on in local elections.
It's happening, you know, even to health care workers.
And the department, you know, this is, you know, along the lines of that very diverse and challenging threat picture, Congressman, that you talked about before, that The Justice Department and the FBI has to prioritize all these compelling and competing threats.
This is certainly got to be on the forefront of that effort.
So a rapid and complete response by law enforcement at the state, local and federal level.
To this sort of political violence is absolutely essential, not just to holding people accountable, but to putting out that message that this sort of conduct that's both horribly victimizes individuals, but also serves to undermine our democratic process.
I mean, that has got to be considered a threat to national security, not tolerated.
Was that a hearing?
No, it was some Zoom meeting.
It's in the Federalist Archive.
Let me see.
Dialing them up now.
It was like last Thursday.
Hello, Mr. Morgan, can you hear us?
I sure can, loud and clear.
All right, we can hear you and we can see you.
There we are.
And the mics are live on Rumble and Facebook, as usual.
Hey, buddy, how we doing?
Good, how are you?
Good, good, good, good.
How was your New Year's?
Good, I love snow.
I wish we could have more of it.
How about you?
You know what, it's funny.
I'm the same way.
I just look at it as an opportunity to go out and do something different and new.
We lost power for a couple of days, but... And I love it because nobody knows how to drive in it, so you've got the whole city to yourself.
That's exactly right.
And I really didn't mind the power going out.
What was a little frustrating is all our comms went out.
Email, internet.
So, good thing I have a truck.
The second day I had to leave just so I could get comms.
Did you do your hits from inside the truck?
I almost had to.
I had to reschedule a couple, but I was on the verge.
All right.
Standby.
20 seconds.
All right.
We're coming in with Israel here.
Yes.
All right.
15 seconds.
Stand back.
Stand back.
Since, out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
It's still bloody cold here in the swamp.
The snow has melted a bit and it's now become a sheet of ice in several places.
What a perfect time to plan a little trip to somewhere warm where they eat hummus.
Let's go to the Middle East.
Let's go to Israel.
It's our Stand with Israel tour.
We've got our new dates.
The Wu Flu couldn't stop us.

Stand with IsraelTour.com.
First guest of the day.
We are delighted to have him with us.
Former Commissioner for Customs and Border, well, I like to call it Border Patrol, Border Protection.
None other than Mark Morgan, currently with the Heritage Foundation.
Mark, welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me, Sebastian.
Happy New Year.
And to you, Happy New Year.
We had a whole special on my Newsmax show yesterday on the truth about January the 6th.
If you're not watching it, why not?
Get the app.
It's Newsmax.
It's free every Sunday night, the Gawker Reality Check.
But I'm not going to show you a clip from that.
I'm going to show you a clip from an event in Chicago with Leftists with people who believe that the only violence that is good is left-wing violence.
And I think as a former Marine FBI special agent and the head of the CBP, you might have something to say about a former FBI senior individual and his take on January the 6th.
That is Andy McCabe.
Play cut.
This wave of political violence that's really not just confined to the Capitol.
It's going on in school boards around the country.
It's going on in local elections.
It's happening, you know, even to health care workers.
And the department, you know, this is, you know, along the lines of that very diverse and challenging threat picture, Congressman, that you talked about before that The Justice Department and the FBI has to prioritize all these compelling and competing threats.
This is certainly got to be on the forefront of that effort.
So a rapid And complete response by law enforcement at the state, local, and federal level to this sort of political violence is absolutely essential, not just to holding people accountable, but to putting out that message that this sort of conduct, that's both horribly victimizes individuals, but also serves to undermine our democratic process.
I mean, that has got to be considered a threat to national security, not tolerated.
First things first, that man is creepy.
Every time I see him, he has black pupil.
His eye color, his irises are black.
It's diabolic, but that's just a little sidebar there.
Mark Morgan, as a law enforcement professional of decades, the idea that political violence at school boards, local elections against nurses is a threat against the democratic process.
Give us your reaction to McCabe's threat analysis.
It's absurd, Sebastian.
It's absolutely absurd.
First of all, I disagree with his very premise that what we're seeing at the local school boards is some sort of political violence.
You mean a father, a father whose daughter was sexually abused and he's trying to get the answers with respect to, or parents, right, that are saying, no, no, I want to be involved with what you're teaching my kids.
That's political violence?
I mean, that's absurd.
And then to make the leap that somehow that's connected to our national security?
I don't know whether to crap or lie, but it's unbelievable.
But how disturbing is that when you hear somebody, because that is an individual who is at the top of the FBI, you know, he was responsible for all kinds of investigations that led nowhere, for example, Hillary Clinton's email server.
But when somebody of that ilk, who was given a platform, not just at conferences on January the 6th at Chicago, but on cable TV across the nation, links Federal national security assets with parents at school board meetings.
Have we ever seen anything like that in American history?
Yeah, we did when he was active deputy director.
It's called the Russia probe, right?
I mean, he was the deputy director along with the director of a cave that really, I think, Sebastian, and you and I talked about this, we saw the politicization of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to a degree we have never seen in our lifetime.
And he was the deputy director.
So this doesn't surprise me.
I mean, this is a guy who lied to not only internal, but IG investigators.
This is a guy that was leaking stuff to the media for his own self-promotion and to further his ideology.
So nothing this man actually says at this point surprises me.
But I can tell you, the overwhelming majority of line agents out there are equally as disgusted as I am.
Look, I'm still in contact with retired and active agents, and I hear all the time how they are absolutely disgusted at Andy McKay, both as a deputy director and now with his rhetoric that he's pushing out today.
Just today we saw in the face of, you know, the defund the police challenge of the last few years.
It was the governor of Maryland, not exactly, you know, a hardcore pro law enforcement guy, used the phrase refund the police.
He doesn't want his money back.
He wants to give funds to the police.
Do you think we may be turning a corner on the anti-police rhetoric?
Do you think that the left is losing steam or do we still have to be fighting the good fight when it comes to our boys and gals in blue?
I think it's both.
I think you're spot on, Sebastian.
Look, I think that we've turned a corner.
I think that America now, across the border, not just with the defund the police movement, but the whole woke cancel culture.
I think the Democratic Party and the progressives have overplayed their hand and people are finally waking up.
They're not shying away.
They're not going to the corner.
They're standing up and they're going to say, you know what?
I'm not taking it anymore.
I'm not going to let you, not only am I not going to let you cancel me, but I'm actually going to fight back on this.
And I think that's what we're seeing.
But look, even though I think we've kind of We're not done yet.
I mean, we saw what the DA of Manhattan just did.
In the face of all of this that we're seeing, we have the most progressive, irrational, reckless rhetoric and policy coming from a DA I think that we've seen in our nation's history.
And at the end of the day, you can do whatever you want as a law enforcement officer.
But if you don't have the DA doing his job, if you don't have the mayor having your back, it's all for naught.
Is it not, Mark?
Sebastian, you're spot on.
And look, this is unconscionable.
A district attorney is supposed to enforce the law.
The district attorney is not supposed to create law or advocate for social activist policy, right?
Those things are for others to do.
The district attorney is simply supposed to enforce the law that's on the books, and they're supposed to enforce the law that the local police department brings to them and work together.
That's the opposite of what's doing.
Look, if I can, just one real quick.
The DA, I mean, everything he's pushing is absolutely ridiculous, but he actually wants to say, If you resist arrest, right, and or if you commit a crime with a gun, as long as you don't use it, we're not going to prosecute you.
I mean, Sebastian, on what planet does that make sense?
It doesn't unless you're a Democrat.
Can you stay with us for one more segment because we haven't even mentioned the border.
You bet.
All right.

How he predicted it in Madness of Crowds.
Yeah.

Mass formation.
Was it psychosis?
No, what did he say?
Do you think?
I saw the phrase trending the other day.

While you're on the interwebs, don't forget to join, if you haven't already, the Heritage Foundation, Heritage.org.
It is the Conservative Mothership, and we are delighted to still have with us one of its distinguished fellows, former Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, Mark Morgan.
Mark, It's as if there's so much chaos going on from the supply chain, from the price of gas, to inflation, to Russia with a hundred thousand troops on the Ukrainian border that we've lost sight of the immediate problem.
What is the latest?
Are things as dire on the southern border?
Is there a seasonal lull in the drop in temperature?
What do we need to know about the chaos on the southern border?
No, nothing has changed.
It continues to get worse every single day.
I don't like to use the fiscal year during a transition.
I like to look at the actual first 12 months of the administration.
If you do that, you're looking at over 2 million apprehensions.
That's the most ever.
It's the most in our lifetime.
But let's stop here for a second.
It's a kind of misnomer, or the layperson may think incorrectly about this.
When you say apprehension, these are not people we keep in custody, which is what the layperson thinks.
This is a person who has some physical contact and some short-term processing with somebody in the federal government, and then usually, unless there's some felony record, is released.
Correct, Mark?
That's exactly right, Sebastian.
And you're spot on.
You know what I'm talking about.
There's so much misinformation.
And I believe, look, the intentional omission of a material fact is a lie.
And that's why I say this administration is lying to the American people every single day.
Because, like, for example, to your point, the DHS secretary keeps saying that the apprehension and then we put them in removal proceedings.
As if we're being detained and then we're removing.
That's just a lie!
Unless you're a single adult.
If you're an unaccompanied minor or you're a family, you're being apprehended, processed and being released in the United States, never to be heard from again.
Because he's also restricting ICE from going out and doing their interior enforcement job to remove people that are here illegally.
It's absolutely catastrophic.
It's getting worse.
They're trying to continue to mask it.
Look, last month, the numbers went down just by a little bit, but they were still over 170,000, still 20-year high.
And they're almost celebrating, like that's a good thing.
But the reality is, once they're not telling you, is all that happened was the number got away.
Okay, so let's stop here for a second.
If we say two million apprehensions, which means just contact with federal agents, do we have any idea how many more weren't intercepted in the last year?
Yeah, so Sebastian, this is spot on.
This is what I love coming on your show.
Let me give you two more numbers that are really going to put it in perspective.
So the number of what we call gotaways are those that broke in, invaded Apprehension, made their way to every town, city and state.
Last 12 months, that number is about 600,000.
That's equivalent to the state, the entire state of Vermont.
And then there's one more number we call turnbacks.
Those that try to illegally enter, but to avoid apprehension, as the name says, they turn back.
That number is about 400,000.
So add up the 2 million, the 600,000 gotaways, and the 400,000 turnbacks, And the first 12-month period, that's 4 million migrants who have tried to illegally enter our southwest border.
3 million in 12 months.
That's equivalent to the state of, I think, Montana, Wyoming, Vermont, and Delaware, Sebastian.
We've got 30 seconds left.
I have to ask you this always.
The morale of the agents, are we seeing massive early retirements?
What's the status of retention, Mark?
All of that.
Look, the morale is the worst it's ever been.
Now what you're seeing is, and this is why they're really professionals, They're getting it up for the man and woman to the left and right that's on the front lines of the borders.
They have no trust, no faith, no confidence in their CBP leadership, DHS leadership, or this White House.
It's really unconscionable what this administration has done with respect to the morale.
Well, God bless you, Mark.
He isn't just good for the border.
He can talk to us about what it means to be a law enforcement officer and what the true threats are to America.
Follow him and his work and his colleagues at the Conservative Mothership.
It is, of course, Heritage.org.
Happy New Year to you, Mark.

Sure can!
Alright, we can hear you, and just so you know, the mics are live on our Rumble and Facebook broadcasts right now, and we're a minute and a half from going back on the radio.
All right.
Okay.
I think the audio should... Adjust it.
Okay, there we go.
That should be a bit better.
Sorry, that was a little loud on my end.
Yeah, I don't need my ears.
I only do radio.
Exactly.
All right.
All right, I might take a call and then I'll go to our guest.
Okay.
Excellent.
All right.
We've just did merch.
Do you have the... Oh my gosh, I really am deaf.
That blasted my ears.
What am I looking for?
One minute.
Oh, yeah.
The charity.
Yeah.
Right.
Forty-five seconds.
Okay.
Merchant.
Oh, we just did merch.
So podcast and Patriot Mobile here.
Thirty-five seconds.
Yep.
Yep.
Skype image looks good, the framing is good.
Can you put your fingers, could you put your hands on that, um, the 1911?
The 45?
The image, like, I have them already, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, cause I'm gonna mention it.
Oh, yeah, yeah, I have them ready.
Okay.
All right, 10 seconds.
Stand by.
Dr. G is in the house on America First.
Alright, time for some really, really exciting news, guys.
We wanted to help you, especially those who were... Well, look, you know I'm a gun guy, right?
You know I'm a gun guy.
And we announced our special collaboration with Car Firearms and Auto Ordnance and we made this custom pistol.
It is the America First Custom 1911 with me and President Trump on it.
With a celebration of everything America First in the statement that the Second Amendment is a civil right.
We didn't know how many we were going to be able to sell.
We sold 300 of them.
There are my dogs.
There's Leah and Killian with me opening my 1911 America First custom handgun.
We sold 300 of them in 48 hours.
of them in 48 hours.
They just flew off the FFL shelves.
So what we have managed to do is the gracious, gracious CEO of Car Firearms, Justin Moon, has had a couple more made, and they will be, they're not raffled, they're not raffled, We're going to release them to the highest donor to a couple of charities.
The first one is one that Car Firearms has designated.
It is Folds of Honor.
Folds of Honor.
If you want to have one of the last remaining America First 1911s, then you need to contact us.
What's the best way of doing this, Jeff?
What is the best way?
How did we do this last time?
Email or what is the best way?
I guess the email.
Yeah, think about how we do this.
We'll announce it in the next segment, but if you want one of the last specially made for this occasion, you've got to make a donation and the highest donation to the Folds of Honor will win this weapon.
So stay with us and we will give you the details in the next segment.
But now we have a new guest, an individual who came up to me at the AmericaFest in Phoenix at Turning Point USA.
We are delighted to be joined by Lindsey Graham.
Not that one!
Not that one!
Another Lindsey Graham.
And she goes by Patriot Barbie.
Lindsey, welcome to America First.
Thank you so much.
Thanks for having me on again.
I appreciate it.
Absolutely.
For those who are not familiar with your story, tell everyone about how COVID hit you and your husband, your family and your business, and what you decided to do when they said you have to close down your business, Lindsay.
Well, so COVID never hit us, never did, but the government sure did.
We were six business owners in Oregon when the government said that you were not allowed to operate your business.
Walmart can be open, abortion clinics can be open, marijuana stores can be open, but your salon cannot.
And we did shut down and we complied.
We did not buy into the nonsense, of course.
But after six weeks, we were seeing that we were going to lose everything we had worked for.
We were not getting our PPP loans.
We didn't want them anyway.
I was not getting unemployment and we had a brand new baby and two other kids to provide for.
So at six weeks, I said, I've had enough.
And I think that if we don't stand up, we're going to be locked down for as long as they decide.
So at six weeks on May 5th of 2020, I was one of the first business owners in America to reopen my business without permission.
And what followed was complete and utter tyranny for my family, my children, the stylist that worked at my salon.
The governor sent every state agency that she could in order to try to silence and intimidate me.
She even went so far as to send child protective services to my home and threatened to remove my children.
So, we had experienced an unbelievable amount of harassment from the government simply for trying to work and earn our living as opposed to collecting a government handout.
And where is the situation right now with regards to you, your business, the salons and the people who work for you, Lindsay?
Well, with, uh, with that big massive media news coverage came cancel culture.
And, um, unfortunately, but you know, God is good.
Unfortunately, we lost all of our businesses.
I had to close my salon.
We left the state of Oregon.
We were receiving death threats at our home for opening up my salon.
And, um, I am now not a business owner.
I don't want to be canceled again.
I want to speak up for, um, my fight.
I want to speak up about freedoms, about the American way.
About standing up to big government and I'm doing so on my own radio talk show here in Arizona.
We fled Oregon and came to Arizona, which is very free and very, very wonderful.
Feels like America again.
So yeah, I wrote a book about everything that we went through.
I'm on the radio talking about it and I am now, you know, the cancel culture and the state of Oregon made me, they made me their worst enemy.
I'm now a very, very strong political advocate for the conservative movement.
The book is Targeted.
Your website is patriotbarbie.com.
What is your message to those who haven't given up, have managed to survive, haven't shut down their businesses?
What is your message to those business owners who have managed to just scrape by and weather the COVID storm?
I'm glad that they are surviving.
I am actually having a hard time understanding how any business that did comply is still open and is still able to operate.
I know That if I had not opened my doors, I would have eventually lost my business and I probably would have lost my home and my cars and my entire livelihood.
So I don't regret opening up.
My suggestion to all business owners is to run your business the way that you morally and ethically feel fit and tell the government to butt out and to let us Earn your living however you can.
You're going to sacrifice some things.
You're going to make sacrifices for standing up for yourself.
We all do.
We all have.
And those sacrifices will always be worth it in the end, knowing that right now we are in a battle of good and evil and we're fighting for our rights and our freedoms.
We're watching them slowly be stripped away.
And it's not starting now.
It started a year and a half ago.
And that is the reason I opened up is I knew that we were on a slippery slope.
And that shutting our businesses down was going to be the first of many rights that we were going to be stripped of.
And I thank God for that wisdom back then.
And the wisdom has now shown to be true.
We're about two months into a pandemic and nothing's getting better.
So it's time to stop complying and it's time to stand up and find your place in this fight.
I love that.
It's time to stop complying.
It is un-American what they are doing.

But that's not... I'm not doing that today, right?
You're doing that next hour.
In D. It wants it in the D segment.
Oh.
So... Oh, did you give it to me already, or is it...?
Yes.
I did.
We had to do a read already, and it... Oh, did I give it back to you?
You may... I don't think... I must have given it back to you.

Hey, Dr. Gorka, how are you?
Good.
How much time do I have?
How much time do I have?
Well, I've got I've got Leonardo on the line.
So I'm gonna have to split it.
So you got to be quick.
Make it quick.
I love Leonardo.
Okay, I'm gonna try.
Number one, I got some things off my out of my system.
Hiding Biden in the basement.
I got a message for you.
President Trump was not defeated.
He was cheated.
Okay, that's good on that topic.
On that topic, January 6th, I've got to tell you, and this is for Lindsey Graham, okay?
It was a peaceful, yes, political protest.
It was a peaceful political protest where we had the right to question and request 10 more days to verify before certify.
And it was hijacked by bad actors and a well-orchestrated setup.
But I want to tell you something.
This bully Bill O'Reilly, okay?
He's busy with his rallies with President Trump, and I hope President Trump is listening, and if not, Dr. Gorka, tell him this.
He should not admit, Bill O'Reilly wants him to admit to making a mistake by not calling off the riot earlier.
That would be a huge mistake on President Trump's part because he never asked for a riot.
He was not responsible for securing Pelosi.
Right, it's not his rioters.
We don't even know who really instigated it, so absolutely.
Great call, Judy.
Leonardo, we've got to go.
Leonardo, New Jersey, you had something to say about AOC.
Yeah, regarding the congressional miscreant barmaid, AOC, also known as All Out Crazy.
She apparently, what really happened, I know humbly I have to disagree with you, Mr. G, because I'm good with the information.
She was in her private jet... You got 30 seconds!
30 seconds, Leo!
...of the United States paid for, and she was flying over Malaga.
She's going to blame President Trump for infecting her.
You know what?
She might actually do that because I think you're right.
Those initials AOC, I think they probably do stand for All Out Crazy.
Great cause.
God bless you, Leonardo and Judy.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.

Thank you.

Hey, folks, we're about to pick the basketball teams right now, so I get first pick.

The This is America First and here's your host, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Hey folks, we're about to pick the basketball teams right now, so I get first pick.
Do you know what he was doing there?
Sorry guys.
That clip is of the man who is allegedly the president visiting the victims of the wildfires in Colorado.
And he stands in some gym, takes off his mask, and let's play it again.
So again, context, context, context.
He's there to meet the victims of the wildfires, and this is what Joe Biden says.
Hey folks, we're about to pick the basketball teams right now, so I get first pick.
I don't know which is worse, the fact that he can't deliver a joke, or the fact that he's trying to make a joke when he's meeting victims who've lost everything, or whether that he's just senile.
Which is worse?
Let's do a little survey.
The fact that he's senile, doesn't know how to deliver a joke, or is it worse to be like Nancy Pelosi?
Let's just do a comparison.
This is the third thing you can compare and contrast.
You know, like Sesame Street, when it used to be apolitical.
One of these kids is doing his own thing.
Which one is it?
Nancy Pelosi, from the New York Post, has made in the recent weeks $30 million on bets on the stock market On stocks that she regulates, including Google, Salesforce, Micron Technology and Roblox.
She bet so assiduously that she made 30 million dollars And I think we understand now why she wasn't too keen when somebody recently asked her about the need to review the insider trading regulations for members of Congress.
Just, would you look it up, Eric, and just text me what that woman is currently worth?
I just want to share with our listeners what the size, the hoard of money that Pelosi, who, what is she, 80 now?
How much she has amassed?
I think our listeners need to know that.
Which is worse, the senile old git?
Well, the woman who is making tens of millions of dollars on information she controls as what?
Not some kind of financial wizard, but somebody who has inside information as the Speaker of the House, as a member of the committees that regulate those stocks.
Oh, here we go.
Roughly a hundred and twenty million dollars.
That's her value alone.
Is that before or after the recent thirty million dollars?
We don't know.
But let's just say a cool hundred million dollars.
What's worse?
That?
Insider trading?
The senility?
Or bare-faced arrogance?
This is Stephen Colbert.
Reacting to the speech that was given by the old man who allegedly is the president on the anniversary of January the 6th, making a joke about it.
Well, look, let me ask you to decide whether it's a joke.
Cut three, Stephen Colbert.
So simple, so true.
That's it.
I love it.
I love that speech today.
Truly a powerful speech.
That is the Joe Biden I remember.
That is the Joe Biden we stole this election for.
I mean voted for.
That is the Joe Biden we stole the election for.
Let's get some input from our massive team here.
It'll take hours, I know, to poll everybody.
What does that tell you about the people we're facing?
Let's start with Eric Lendrum, are you there?
I've got your six, as always.
Thank you.
I mean, physically, he does.
He literally has the six.
He is behind me.
Behind that window, you can see him, guys.
The guy feverishly beavering away with our video content, making sure every buff, every b-roll is right.
So when somebody who is meant to be a comedian says, that's the Joe Biden we stole the election for, is that an admission?
Is that a bad joke?
What does what is that to you?
And what does it represent, Eric?
To me, I mean, that that coming at the very end there, that punchline, quote, unquote, it shows their arrogance that like almost like, you know, like OJ getting off scot-free and then saying, if I did it, you know, admitting to the crime.
But for me, the worst part even is how enthusiastic like, yeah, yeah, let's go.
I think it's because he genuinely believes what he just said about how Biden is powerful.
Because he, like the rest of them, like Biden, he believes all this nonsense that January 6th was literally the worst thing since the Civil War.
He believes it.
John.
I'm gonna go in a bit of a different direction and say that's probably one of the funnier things that I've heard Stephen Colbert say in the last five years, so.
It's actually a joke.
Finally, a joke.
It's actually a joke that pokes fun at the left as, you know, naughty as it is for him to do, and it's not really naughty.
Ooh, I'm being naughty.
Just a pinprick, but it was actually something that turned in the other direction, so.
I enjoyed it more than him cheering on a Biden speech.
But what about, do you remember the thing when he had the men dressed up as syringes?
Do you remember that?
That was like weird.
Look, he's famous!
There's John on the screen!
Okay, let's get a hot take from Mr. G. Mr. G, what does that say to you?
It's exactly what I thought after Biden's speech.
He did it for the base.
That was Colbert.
People like that.
You did.
You said that.
He got him fired up.
But more importantly, I got that clip off of YouTube.
I think we should all report that for disinformation.
Ooh.
Yeah, he should be canceled.
But hang on.
You can't say that there.
You cannot say that.
Hang on.
But hang on.
Do you really want to put me in the same category as Stephen Colbert?
I do not want to be in the same category as Stephen Colbert.
Rules are rules.
Unless you're a leftist.
Let's do it.
Let's report him.
I can't do that because I'm banned.
One of you guys, go on YouTube and say, disinformation!
Report that man right now.
What else is disinformation?
Anything that comes out of the mouth of this woman.
This is Rochelle Walensky.
Well, has omitted some interesting things, was challenged by Bret Baier on Fox News.
Let's listen to what she has to say.
Got multiple cuts.
Let's just start backwards.
Let's start with Cut 9, the head of CDC, Rochelle Walensky.
But you know, the questioning in the Supreme Court also said that Omicron was as deadly as Delta.
That is not true, right?
I'm sorry, I didn't hear you.
Omicron is not as deadly as Delta, at least by your data right now, right?
We are starting to see data from other countries that indicate, on a person-by-person basis, it may not be.
However, given the volume of cases that we're seeing with Omicron, we very well may see death rates rise dramatically.
Hang on a second.
Hang on.
That's not science.
It's not as deadly, but given the volume, we may see similar death rates.
But that's the opposite of math, okay?
If more, if similar numbers die, but you have ten times more people infected, what it means is, is it's a tenth as lethal.
That's incredible!
She actually said that as a doctor.
We've got to listen to that again.
So, Bret Baier says, because we have this cretin, Sotomayor, say, well, it's more deadly than the Delta variant and that we have 100,000 children in the ICUs.
No, we don't.
We've got 3,000 in hospital with COVID.
3,000, not 100,000.
So there's a credit on the Supreme Court.
So can we have some facts, please?
Can you tell us whether Omicron is more dangerous or is not?
And this is the response.
Let's play it again.
Cut eight.
But, you know, the questioning in the Supreme Court also said that Omicron was as deadly as Delta.
That is not true, right?
I'm sorry, I didn't hear you.
Omicron is not as deadly as Delta, at least by your data right now, right?
We are starting to see data from other countries that indicate on a person-by-person basis it may not be.
However, given the volume of cases that we're seeing with Omicron, we very well may see death rates rise dramatically.
But that's the whole point.
Person by person.
That's the whole point.
Are you more likely to die or not?
If it's more infectious, and then leads to similar numbers, but more people got infected, then by definition it's less deadly!
Will the American people... This is the question that matters.
A year from now.
Five years from now.
Ten years from now, is there any way these institutions can win back the trust of the American people?
Say there's something as deadly as the Ebola virus, but far more transmissible than Ebola.
If that hits America, wherever it comes from, whether it's man-made or not, And we are warned about it after the lies, just that one 20 second cut, after lies like that about the masks, the boosters, the vaccines.
Oh, you can't transmit it.
You heard Rachel say, you can't transmit it.
If you got the booster, if you got the vaccine.
Will America ever trust these organizations again?
It's time to clear house.
Man, do we need to drain the swamp.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
Next up, the creator, the founder, the editor-in-chief of JustTheNews.com, John Solomon.
The End
It's less lethal, but... So many people are gonna get it, that they're probably gonna die at a higher rate, right?
And the whole thing, she can't even say that we... Some countries indicate that it could, like... The moment I first heard Deltacron, I thought it was a joke.
I'm like, there's no way they're actually right.
Well, that came out, did you hear that?
They said that was lab contamination.
They're like, there's no such thing.
I didn't see that.
Can you play Cut 4?
Cut 4.
There are some in the Muslim community, I am one of them, who are looking at how some of those people are being treated and are rightly thinking that if the people who stormed the Capitol on January 6th were black or brown or Muslim instead of being overwhelmingly white, the investigation, the prosecutions, the sentences, or the sentencing, excuse me, would look a lot different than what we're seeing right now.
Different from four years for the horn guy?
Oh my gosh.
That's it.
Who is Iman Moed?
He's the guy that, um...
Like, remember he said that, um, who's the sniper, Chris Kyle, whatever, was racist?
And who was the guest there?
I recognize the guest.
I don't know, the guest actually went against him.
Interesting.
Wow.
And cut five, Nancy.
Cut five, Nancy.
What is important right now is how we protect and defend the Constitution and the voting rights.
What they are doing, and you pointed out very clearly, and I thank you for that, that they are not only suppressing the vote, Suppressing the vote.
They are nullifying elections.
Saying, well, it doesn't matter who gets more votes.
It matters who the three people we appoint to analyze that.
What they decide.
You're supposed to quarantine for 21 days after a facelift, and she did not do that over that Christmas break.
Did you see the eyebrows?
I've got to post those now.
I just photographed Miss Shocking.
I was expecting her head to start, like, twitching like an Android that's malfunctioning.
Oh, man.
I'm dialing up Miss... Unbelievable.
Yeah, my buddy just sent me his thing that he had to sign to keep his job, and he says, I hereby understand the risk and benefits of the vaccine.
I've had opportunities to ask questions about this immunization.
I believe the benefits outweigh the risks, and I accept full responsibility for any reactions.
Hey guys!
Hey!
He says none of that is true.
Happy Monday!
Happy Monday!
I'm just switching earbuds.
Alright.
No worries.
We hear you.
So we said McCabe, we said Georgia, what else did we say?
Mike's alive as usual.
Those two.
Okay.
Um, video's starting on your guys' end.
Good.
Can you see alright?
We don't see it yet, it's just stuck on video starting.
Uh-oh.
Oh, okay.
The video's not transmitting.
Yeah, they're saying they don't see it.
It's showing as... We saw it just a moment ago, and then it disappeared.
Oh!
And... Okay, and... Hey, maybe I should restart this thing before we start.
Wanna try hanging up and redialing?
It's from the side view.
It's not the usual.
There we go.
Perfect.
All right.
Can we continue Georgia and McCabe?
Is that good?
Sure.
Yeah.
Is there something else?
When you're talking about McCabe, you're talking about his comments?
Yes.
In Chicago.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Domestic terrorists.
Yep.
What else are you working on?
Uh, tomorrow I'm going to have a memo or a story about The Democrats saying in March 2020 they want to make harvesting legal.
Oh, interesting.
That shows that it was part of their strategy.
Standby.
Okay, 10 seconds.
Standby.

We must check in as we do every week with the investigative journalist we trust so very, very much.
He is the creator, the editor-in-chief of justthenews.com.
You can follow him at jsolomonreports, author of Fallout.
John, welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you, Seb.
Happy Monday.
Happy Monday to you.
So much to discuss.
You've got something you're going to tease for us when it comes to the Democrats and their plans for elections a year ago and for the future.
But first, I've got to play this to you because you are the man who wrote this book, who covered the Russia hoax for so long.
Andy McCabe, former deputy director of the FBI, at an event in Chicago for the January 6th quote-unquote insurrection.
This is what he had to say about the current threats to the United States.
This wave of political violence that's really not just confined to the Capitol.
It's going on in school boards around the country.
It's going on in local elections.
It's happening, you know, even to health care workers.
I mean, that has got to be considered a threat to national security, not tolerated.
A wave of political violence at school boards and against health workers?
What is he talking about, John?
I don't know, it's conflated, right?
I haven't seen any reports of significant violence at any of these school board meetings.
What you have are parents expressing their concern about what is being taught to their children.
As the Attorney General Merrick Garland himself has said, he's not trying to prosecute or pursue free speech or parents trying to do things.
They're just, Andy McCabe has apparently seen crimes where there were none.
He was clearly in favor of a Russia collusion hoax that never existed, and now he appears to see some form of violent attacks occurring at school-born meetings that I haven't seen occur.
Maybe they're going to occur.
Maybe he's prescient, knows something I don't know.
But there just haven't been.
There have been emotional and politically charged meetings, but not violence.
And I think his equating of it does him another disservice.
I think people have begun to look at Andy McCabe and say, How did that guy get to be the number two guy in the FBI?
I sometimes don't know what the heck he's talking about.
And I think this is one of those moments.
We were all scratching our head when we saw this set of clips that he made at the Chicago speech.
Have you ever seen anybody in the mainstream media where this man now has a platform challenge his accusations and say, hang on a second, you're invoking the national security capacity of federal government to go after parents?
No, just the opposite.
It's almost as though it's accepted in the mainstream media that this is a norm.
And I think that that's one of the problems with mainstream media.
No one's really challenged Andy McCabe about his leadership of one of the most flawed, failed national security investigations in American history.
You can't think of a more flawed investigation than Russia collusion.
He's at the head of it.
He ran the day-to-day stuff of it.
His own boss, James Comey, was telling Congress it's a salacious, unverified thing.
And Andy McCabe and his team are pursuing it like it was the hottest crime of the century, which it turned out not to be anything of the sort.
So I'm struck by something when I see this Andy McCabe.
People say, I don't think Andy McCabe is political.
I did the story about his wife taking some of the money from Governor McAuliffe's PAC at the time.
You know, that suggests there's some politics to him because he attends that meeting as a Deputy FBI Director, or I guess at that point he was the Washington Field Office top official.
But there's a moment in 2016, right after Brexit passes in Great Britain, and a British official emails him or texts him, I can't remember it, and they're saying how terrible it was that Brexit passed in Great Britain.
I hope that isn't a harbinger of what's going to happen here in America in November, meaning Donald Trump winning in November 2016.
This was a very political person who carried his politics into the office with things like the Terry McAuliffe meeting he took on, which he probably should never have taken on.
And comments like, I don't want Brexit America to occur, meaning Donald Trump winning.
This was a political animal and a job that required an apolitical person.
And I think we're seeing the consequences of having a political person in that job, all the things the FBI did wrong.
Well, it's redolent as well of the Stroke, Page, Lovebird texts where Stroke says, I went into a Walmart in West Virginia and I could, you know, what did he say?
I could smell the Trump voters.
Yes, smelly Trump voters, that's right.
We have to stop them.
Remember the famous quote, we have a plan to stop them.
That's not how we want our FBI talking when they're authorizing and using their powers, the powers of the government.
And I think that under the Comey-McCabe watch, that mentality seeped deep into the FBI and it's going to take years to cleanse it of it.
There are a lot of good people in the FBI, but as long as politics stays on any margin It's clear that in McCabe's case he's never seen a camera or a microphone that he doesn't want to pontificate into or in front of.
However, is it significant that his former boss Comey, especially with the recent additional Durham indictments, has been, well, unusually quiet, John?
Yeah, listen, if I were James Comey and Andrew McCabe, I'd be quiet right now because I don't know where Durham's going.
I think Durham has some very serious questions for the FBI and the possibility that the FBI, at the very least, was a victim of a dirty trick by Hillary Clinton, if not a direct participant in the dirty trick.
And I think it is interesting to watch James Comey be much less High profile in the media, just being very quiet.
McCabe has continued to stay on CNN with his gig and talk.
And as a result, we hear a lot of his politics now starting to come through.
He sounds less and less like an FBI man and much, much more like a political animal.
And I think that as time goes on, we'll learn some other things about him and his stewardship of the FBI that will help us understand how far adrift the Russia collusion case went.
You still have faith in the Dahmer investigation?
I do.
I see a lot of activity.
Whether more people get indicted comes down to a grand jury and the evidence.
But there's a very active, detailed, expansive investigation.
And a lot of people are feeling the pressure.
And there are defense lawyers I'm talking to that feel like their clients are sweating it out right now.
And there's two buckets, right?
There's the Hillary Clinton dirty trick bucket, which you see in the Sussman indictment and in the Igor Danchenko indictment, the Christopher Steele information.
Then there's the FBI.
Did they know or should they have known and turned a willful eye?
And that's the part that people are not talking a lot about, but there's a lot of activity and pressure on that front.

- Mic's back on.
I'm going to Tia Pelosi, get John to react, and then we'll fold in Georgia as well.
All right.
All right, what do you want to say?
Three and a half minutes.
McCabe is a piece of work.
Why the FBI got so zigzagged in Russia, their own leader kind of bought into these philosophies Instead of following the facts, they followed their political philosophies.
It is pretty clear now.
Well, and also, you know, if you just pull back a little bit, the latest indictments that Durham dropped with regards to who's that lawyer who had access to...
Right, so Sussman, as a former DOJ guy, walked straight into the chief counsel of the DOJ.
And then, you know, the fascinating thing for me is, John, Somebody, I mean, he's been given inside access to all these emails between Sussman and the campaign, blah, blah, blah.
And, you know, it's proof it's all bogus.
The IT executive number one is trying to generate a false connection.
And they demonstrate an indictment.
It's all garbage.
It's false.
The nexus between, you know, Russia and Alfa Bank and Trump.
And then the real, the buried lead in all of it is And the FBI still launched the investigation!
Yeah.
I mean, really!
You know, I remember in October 2016 when the Harry Reid stuff came out, talking to senior FBI officials saying, I just don't think there's a lot there, I'd be very careful, John.
And then in the spring and summer of, you know, 17 hearing the same thing again.
And that's what led me, and the more I saw the FBI continue to pursue something that I kept being told wasn't there, that's what led me to where we ended up unraveling the case.
It's remarkable.
I don't think it's ever happened in the history of the FBI before this.
When did the rut begin?
That's the question.
Yeah, you're right.
That is a big question.
And can that toothpaste be put back in the tube?
Can the FBI be restored, or is that mentality now, once you blow past it once, is it incurable?
I think that's the thing I worry about.
Is the FBI incurably broken?
Yeah.
I had Chris Farrell in the studio, and I so remember, because I wasn't ready for it.
Such a smart guy.
Yeah, super smart guy, and just sober, former CI guy in the Army.
And then I asked him, you know, What would you do with the FBI?
And he says to me, live on air, send in the U.S.
Marshals and dismantle it and then rebuild it.
And I was kind of like, whoa.
That's a dramatic statement.
No!
If a counterintelligence professional of 20 years in the U.S.
Army was actually catching Soviet spies thinks that about the FBI, you know, Houston, we have a problem.
Yeah, no, I agree.
And I know a lot of people, I've covered it for 30 years, I have a lot of Respect for a lot of its work.
But, you know, the last 10 years have been its worst 10 years.
And you look at the Michigan case, both the Whitmer case and the Olympic one, you've got to wonder if they can do the core competency anymore.

Last week you talked about the breaking news here on America First, the Raffensperger The Georgia investigation of irregularities in the last election.
I want to play for you a cut from the Speaker of the House on elections.
This is Cut 5.
Play Cut.
What is important right now is how we protect and defend the Constitution and the voting rights.
What they are doing, and you pointed out very clearly, and I thank you for that, that they are not only suppressing the vote, suppressing the vote they are nullifying elections saying well what what doesn't matter who gets more votes it matters who the three people we appoint to analyze that what they decide John who was trying to nullify an election for four years
well the Hillary Clinton started in trying to nullify him before it occurred because the Russia plot started the summer of the election And Stacey Abrams in 2018.
Listen, you can go back to 2001.
There were Democrats that didn't want to certify George Bush's election on the floor of the House on the January 6, 2001 time frame.
The Democrats have been on the other side of this case until it was convenient for them to flip.
But they have to own their whole history.
And the truth of the matter is, there's no one nullifying elections right now.
They're trying to set strictures.
Our own United States Supreme Court.
Democrats said Arizona is nullifying elections.
It's suppressing it.
The United States Supreme Court said that law is perfectly constitutional.
The Democrats don't have a story to tell.
So, they make up things, I guess, because Nancy Pelosi's comments are not based in fact.
Not the facts I've been able to pursue and find.
There are reports that Mark Elias and others who are crucial to the engineering of the last election are trying to use the anti-insurrection clause to try and nullify GOP members running again and President Trump running again.
Are you hearing that, John?
I've seen the reports.
I have not been able to corroborate that myself, so I don't know what to make of that yet.
But listen, Mark Elias was an essential character in the Christopher Steele dossier, right?
He sits in a room across from him, and they talk through a wall.
I don't know why they did this, but according to the testimony of Christopher Steele, they talked through a wall and they're concocting Russia collusion and sending it onto the FBI.
Mark Elias' deputy, Michael Sussman, has been indicted by the Durham investigation.
And then if you go to 2020, this is a story we're gonna break tomorrow morning on Just the News, but in the spring of 2020, Mark Elias is telling voting right activists on the Democratic left, they need to get harvesting made legal.
So an illegal act, the act of gathering someone else's ballot and bringing it to the ballot box for them, they want to make it legal.
They believe that's one of the four pillars of winning elections.
That is a very important statement because it shows prior to the time now that the Georgia Secretary of State is looking at harvesting, there was an intention to try to harvest.
And so we'll have some of that information for folks tomorrow.
But Mark Elias, one of the most influential people, On the left and I think a lot to be learned in the next year about what he did and didn't do over the last four years.
Yeah, we've taken the decision we're going to dedicate a good chunk of this show and perhaps even a whole episode of the Gawker Reality Check to Mark Elias because he's a pivotal figure in how the last election was run and how Well, individuals like Mark Zuckerberg dropped a cool $400 million to help to privatize federal elections in America.

I want to talk to you about that McCarthy list of everything he's going to do in the next segment Hi, what's your name?
Alright, where are you calling from?
Title for that, and also Barbie.
Mark Elias, colon, the engineer of election fraud.
Yep.
Of election fraud.
Got it.
Mm-hmm.
All right, hang on.
All right.
All right, so with this podcast, I think the best course of action would be to get a generic intro and outro that you can put on anything.
And then if you want specific intros or specific outros, I really like that idea to sort of contextualize what's going on.
But just so I can have something to slap on if we want to Yeah, so let's do this.
Let's have a generic in and out, and then before I read each one, I'll do a very brief contextualization, okay?
Yeah, I like that.
Just like 10 seconds or whatever, and then you can slap both generics on the front and end.
And that way I can put music in a generic already, so we don't have to waste time doing all that.
Yeah, that sounds good.
Alright, 40 seconds.
I just edited the buzz out of the back of the clips you sent me, so it should be getting close there.
I might be able to get it out before I leave.

So, late last night, early this morning, I was sent an article by a good friend of mine, a good guy conservative.
It was an interview with Kevin McCarthy, or a recitation of all the things McCarthy promises that the GOP will do, if they win the elections.
He kind of gave a summation on Fox News and he said the following.
This is Kevin McCarthy's Twitter account.
When Republicans regain the House, we'll get America back on track by Stopping the flow of drugs and human trafficking on our border.
Making it easier to start and grow a business in America.
Re-establishing America's energy independence and passing a parent's bill of rights.
Mr. G, do we believe any of this?
Yeah, right.
Yeah, right.
I mean, this is the big problem.
If we win, This came to me at the weekend.
Does anything change about the GOP?
All I could think about when I read that was the 40-some times the Republicans voted against Obamacare, then they actually have the House, they have the Senate, they have a President Trump that would have signed it, and then Paul Ryan comes on.
We need to have this three-pronged approach.
I had no idea what he's talking about.
I'd never heard about it before.
And it just went away.
It just went away.
So these things... All could have been done four years ago.
But none of these things, stopping the flow of drugs, Making it easier to start a business by slashing regulation.
Re-establishing energy independence.
All of these things were done by one person in the last five years.
Was that Kevin McCarthy?
Nope.
It was the president?
Exactly.
So what do we do if we win?
I mean, that is becoming a big problem.
The most important vote, if I said for a long time, is the primary vote now.
Yes.
Okay, so we need to have a new segment on this show where we go after the rhinos.
Let's have a hunting rhino segment.
Can we do that?
It's gonna be a lot of people to go hunting for, though.
Well, it's a, you know, it's a target-rich environment.
Exactly.
So let's have some good liners, let's get some jungle music, you know, the orangutans and the elephants, and let's, let's go hunting!
Let's have a safari for rhinos!
The media matters!
When we say hunting rhinos, we're not going to hunt rhinos, because they're endangered, and that would be stupid.
And we're not actually hunting Republicans, name only.
But, Zaki Poo, get typing, because...
When was the last- Eric!
When was the last time Squeaky Boy wrote a piece about me?
Um, I think it was after your TPSA speech and it was one paragraph long.
Pathetic!
I mean, does- what is it?
Is it the Daily Beast Salon?
Who is it?
Don't they pay him- do they pay him by the word?
Because he must have got, like, three cents for the last one.
You pathetic squ- Are you- did you still have a squeaky voice?
Saki?
What's his name?
What's his name, Eric?
Zachary Patriso!
Sorry, that is too good.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Joe, Illinois, line one.
Dr. G. Welcome.
Thank you.
Thank you for your two signed books.
Appreciate that.
My question is that there's a new virus in China's shutting back down.
You know, they really don't have sewage treatment plants over there.
But is Joe Biden going to sweep this under the rug, or is he going to stop air travel coming out of China?
That's interesting.
Well, that would be, what did he call it?
That would be xenophobic hysteria, Joe.
Remember?
Remember?
Yes, sir.
Copy that.
Yeah, I'm a Trump-o-crat.
Great question.
Great question.
There is a new outbreak, new lockdowns in China.
When the Wuhan first broke out, what did my boss do?
He shut down air travel.
He shut it down when Nancy Pelosi... Remember Nancy Pelosi was in Chinatown in San Francisco saying come on down it's party time and when President Trump was saying no no no no no let's let's actually stop travel from China because they are seeding the world with sick people which is exactly who know we will never unless there is a whistle but God willing there is a whistleblower says he look here Here is the data.
Here's the genome analysis.
Here's the internal data from the Wuhan Level 4 Virology Lab.
I was inside it.
Here's the proof.
It was engineered by the Chinese Communist PLA Army, and they released it onto the world.
Unless we get that, we'll never know whether it was man-made or whether it was deliberately released.
But we know one thing for sure, Joe.
As soon as that outbreak occurred, not at the wet market or somewhere else, the Chinese government had an internal lockdown.
Journalists were silent.
The scientists who'd identified the actual genetic material were told to destroy, this is unclassified, were told to destroy the gene sequencing that could help others defend themselves against the infection.
But what did China do when it came to those?
Who were Chinese citizens who weren't a subject domestically to a lockdown.
They were allowed to travel the world, many of them to Northern Italy, where there is a still extant textile industry, which is run and in many cases peopled by Chinese immigrants.
And they went there for family reunions to celebrate the Chinese New Year, thus seeding Europe and the rest of the world with the China virus.
There's another outbreak.
China is locking down again.
So, here's the question for the doddery, sleepy old senile git in the White House.
Is he prepared to do what my old boss did?
Will he shut down air travel?
I think you know the answer.
And if he does, it's gonna be delicious to say, Are you a hysterical xenophobe?
Great call, Joe!
Glad you enjoyed the books.

He is definitely one of the most interesting candidates for sure.
Yeah, I think it's just plain and simple, McCarthy's not fit to be speaker.
100%.
Totally.
He's a mini-pohai.
No, he is.
He's definitely fit for what the establishment wants.
Yeah, what the establishment wants.
You gotta break that thing.
I don't get that.
Again, he still has not removed Cheney or Kinzinger from any of their committees, even though he should have done that a long time ago.
How did he become that anyway?
He's not really sharp or anything.
They like him because he's from California, I think, if I had to take a guess.
He probably raises a ton of money, is probably what it is.
Yeah, he is a big fundraiser, that's one thing he has going for him.
Money doesn't necessarily mean proper agenda.
That whole list was just a bunch of buzzwords.
Energy independence?
Congress can't even do that, that's the thing.
The Parents' Bill of Rights?
Okay, podcast here.
There's an overpopulation problem with rhinos in the swamp.
Let's get some horns on our shelves, boys.
All right, standing by.
Okay.
With more journalism in his little finger than CNN has on its entire network.
Sebastian Gorka.
It's tough when one of your favorite movies is potentially ruined by a crazy person!
When somebody comes out as a crazy leftist who is an actor or just insane!
Okay so Alec Baldwin who still still hasn't handed over his phone to the authorities recorded a video at the weekend sitting in his car and I think he's a crackpot.
Here's just a 20 second excerpt of the man who pulled the trigger.
Play cut.
Because of what they say in these right-wing rack sheets and people who are all about hate um but setting aside all the hate setting aside all the january 6th of it all there it is he holds a splendor packet up to the camera do we know what he's doing jeff Do we have any idea what he's doing?
I don't know.
The Splendid Packet did something.
We love Alec or something like that, but I have no idea.
Okay.
I want to play that again, because you've got to understand.
He's saying the fault of the way he's being portrayed after killing somebody is because of conservative rags, because I guess they pulled the trigger, and then January 6th, yes.
He killed that woman because of January 6th, and then from his jacket, he pulls out a Splendor packet, holds it up to his phone, and it's got, it's got like a Where's Waldo written on the side of it.
I think he's gone nuts.
Gotta play it again.
Play it, Eric.
Because of what they say in these right-wing rap sheets and people who are all about hate, Um, but setting aside all the hate, setting aside all the January 6th of it all, there it is.
Yeah, there it is.
And Eric is tittering in the background.
Um, yeah, there it is.
A Splendid Pack.
You know what?
I don't even, look, what's worse, I don't know if I can watch The Hunt for Red October again.
Oh, you splendor!
I mean, that's pretty, that's, that's tough.
The guy's nuts!
And what about that phone?
Where's the phone, Alec Baldwin?
I'll just say what I said yesterday.
A lot of people enjoyed it on Twitter.
The statement is simple.
Alec Baldwin pulled the trigger.
End of story.
Oh, and by the way, he's also the producer of the movie, so he is responsible for the safety of everybody on that production, including his director of photography.

December 7, 1941.
September 11, 2001.
1941, September 11th, 2001, and January 6th, 2021.
Absolutely stunning.
The gall of the woman who bears the title Vice President of the United States.
That was last week on Thursday, the anniversary of the January 6th, what do they wish to call it?
An insurrection?
We'll call it the bunch of hooligans running riot on Capitol Hill.
But according to the Democrat Party, according to that officeholder, it is tantamount to 3,000 people being killed in 102 minutes on September the 11th, or the almost 3,000 people killed by Hirohito's imperial forces in Hawaii on Pearl Harbor.
Let's put it all into perspective and try and forecast what it means for the body politic in America with one of our favorite guests and yours here on America First.
Now we have the opportunity to have him with us for a whole hour.
He is of course Lord Conrad Black, co-host of the podcast Scholars in Sense with our good friend Victor Davis Hanson and Bill Bennett.
Lord Black, welcome to One on One.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Glad to be with you.
So for those, I'm always at a loss as to how to introduce you.
We have a longer opportunity, so the best I can do is reference your own biography or bio details from your Twitter account, which is Conrad M. Black, historian, columnist, financier, justice reform advocate, and most recently author of A President Like No Other, Donald J. Trump.
I'll just put it thusly, he's the kind of person I'd like to be if I ever grow up, which I doubt it.
Lord Black, As a historian of note who's written books on FDR, on Nixon, on my former boss, President Trump, could you just, I will allow you free reign as we open the conversation here.
The discussion last week, comparing January 6th with Pearl Harbor and 9-11, your reaction?
It was an outrage.
It wasn't completely unexpected.
We've had the 9-11 thing before because that's really fresh in the memories of everybody.
There were big, but many Americans are a little Fuzzy about Pearl Harbor.
And you see it, and it was George Will and Peggy Newnan, who I first saw this with, where I started referring to it as 1-6, to coordinate with 9-11, you see, as if they were equivalent things.
And George Will was, as otherwise, as you know, an extremely intelligent and reasonable man, said that he felt, on that day, that he and his people in his office, another 10 people or so worked with him there, We're in physical danger, so he sent everyone home.
And he works in Georgetown, which, as you know as a Washingtonian, is several miles from the county.
Yes.
And no one was carrying around placards saying, get George Will or anything.
This is simply not rational.
But if I may, I thought the grand prize for contemptible absurdity actually went To that very uneven, and in my opinion, not particularly distinguished historian, Douglas Brinkley.
Yeah.
Most recently, in my reading, a hack and a flack for the late Walter Cronkite.
I mean, birds of a feather and so on.
He actually managed to torque these absurd comparisons and contemptible, loathsome, and completely false comparisons up to Auschwitz.
By bringing in the fact that as they ran pictures of that ludicrous figure with the horns on his head, carrying a flag and walking into the Senate chamber, chatting quite amiably with one of the Capitol police, and not doing any damage to it.
I mean, he shouldn't have been there.
I'm not condoning it, but it wasn't exactly an insurrection, this ridiculous looking figure with shoe polish in his face and horns on his head.
And Douglas Brinkley said, as General Eisenhower, We brought in photographers to capture what really happened at the death camps as they were liberated, so we would have a record of that.
So we have the film of 1-6, and instead of poor pitiful skeletons who've been starved and mistreated almost to death and can scarcely raise an arm as we're liberated in the death camps, we have this ludicrous man and his horns in his head Carrying a flag, chatting with a capital policeman.
Now, if anything could be a more complete self-debunking than that, I can't imagine what it would be.
I'm kind of leery of asking this, because you're always so proper when I ask you to try and get inside the mind of the other, and you say neither of us are qualified psychiatrists, but given Your reputation for commenting on American politics and as a historian.
Is there any way to explain?
I see it really as rank moral turpitude to compare anything to the Holocaust that isn't the equivalent of millions of people being attacked for their race.
I mean the Holocaust is Definition genocide.
That's where we get the Nuremberg trial laws and the establishment of genocide as a crime against humanity.
What is it amongst either this historian or others that thinks it is okay to use that event as a political bludgeoning stick?
No, I agree with you completely.
Here there will be no You know, reservations stated about not being a licensed psychiatrist or anything like that.
It is an absolutely appalling desecration of history and a trivialization of possibly monstrous crime in history.
And just as a historical note, well, the Jews were the principal victims, six million of them.
There were six million non-Jews as well.
It was the Nazis against the world.
And we saw that in Pelosi's comments a couple of years ago about the so-called cages that were put, they aren't cages at all, of course, but were put on the southern border by Obama.
But she was imputing Trump and saying that they reminded her of Auschwitz, as if she knew anything about Auschwitz.
I mean, here are young people being given plenty of room for recreation.
They're given McDonald's, you know, hamburgers every lunchtime and so on.
And she is comparing that The death camps, where millions and millions of completely innocent people were murdered, having been shipped there in cattle cars, and not having come voluntarily, like the people in the so-called cages.
And this, to me, was for a person of her position, the Speaker of the House, to say that, was an outrage.
But as you said, to apply to mundane matters about which there's room for a good deal of
The absolutely peerless and unprecedented example of the forcible embarkation of a total of 12 million people to death camps where they're starved almost to death and then gassed and burned and their ashes go up in chimneys, to make that comparison is... I have some difficulty immediately finding words Express my contempt for it.
It is so dishonest.
And let's just be accurate.
The only person who was killed at the hand of another on January 6 was an unarmed 100 pound Air Force veteran with combat tools called Ashley Babbitt, who was gunned down by a police officer who afterwards was cleared and then given some kind of a commendation.
Let me Just return, if I may, to last week's commemorations.
We also had the putative president get angry.
I mean, it was a speech suffused with with vituperation and bile.
When do American presidents do that in a way that actually is successful politically?
Well, when, you know, you could say that it would be an overstatement, you could say that When Franklin D. Roosevelt accused the Japanese... Oh no, but I mean of their own citizens.
I mean... No, you don't.
It doesn't happen.
It's never happened where it was either a creditable or a successful endeavor.
Never.
I don't recall, even where there were tremendously strong differences, I don't recall presidents speaking publicly in a nasty way about their predecessors.
Jimmy Carter referred to the disgrace of Watergate—half the disgrace was the way it was handled, in my opinion, but that's another issue—but he didn't criticize Mr. Nixon personally.
He had him to the White House when the Chinese leader was there and when the ex-presidents were all going to the funeral of President Sadat and so on.
There was no treatment of Mr. Nixon as a pariah, and he left the office in controversial circumstances.
President Roosevelt never uttered a disrespectful word publicly about Herbert Hoover, although there were sharp differences.
Nixon never said a negative thing publicly about Lyndon Johnson, though they had sharp differences.
It's not done.
It is deemed to be part of the conduct of a president of the United States that you don't do that.
And there were certain departures from normal protocol when President Trump was in office as president, but nothing like this.
Once he was in office, he was careful in what he said about his predecessors.
All kinds of things go on in campaigns, but once he was in office, he welcomed the Bush family back to Blair House, referred to them as an outstanding family, attended President Bush Sr.' 's funeral, and so on.
And, you know, you do in that office, you do have the burden and bear the expectation of conducting it with some dignity and some continuity of respect.
Thank you.
We'll see you next time.
Thank you.

Lord Black, you mentioned the January 6th shaman, Jacob Chansley, this risible character, who we now know because he has been tried, he has been convicted, didn't assault anybody, didn't break anybody.
But he became literally the totem of the riot, if you will.
So this man...
He was conducting an insurrection.
Oh, clearly, yes.
Not charged with that, but as a champion of justice reform, as an individual who in your memoirs has detailed the horrific experience you went through at the hands of prosecutors here in the United States, this man, this comic character who clearly has mental issues as well, who didn't hurt anybody, didn't break down anybody's doors, Got four years, got a four-year prison term.
There he is, Jacob Chansley.
Will you, for those who are not familiar with the torment you underwent, will you give us, and I want people to read Backward Glances, A Matter of Principle, your two fabulous autobiographies, but will you please, for those who've never gone up against the judicial system in the United States, just paint a picture of why you know it to be so flawed, Lord Black.
Well, in my case, I was a victim of the whole system of suborning, extorting, or otherwise eliciting false denunciations.
What happens in practice is that under the plea bargain system, The prosecutors target a person, then they round up, or at least interview, let's say five or six or eight people closest to that individual in the activities objected to, and say, excuse me, now look here, you know that Dr. Gorka did these outrageous things, and you know him well, so you must have some evidence of that, and we want the evidence.
And your friends say, that's rubbish, I don't believe a word of it, I've known him for 25 years, he's an honest man, and then they say, in effect, Well, that's fine, but you better jog your memory or there's a conspiracy to obstruct justice here and you're part of it and you'll be indicted too.
But if you can jog your memory successfully and produce evidence that's useful to us, you can bring that forward.
You will not be bothered.
And furthermore, we give you an absolute immunity from a charge of perjury.
It is an incitement to witnesses to make up a story, to cut the connection with someone else and throw that person over the side.
And give perjured evidence, insusceptible to being held responsible for the perjured, in the prosecution as an individual.
So this is what I was dealing with, and it took a long time to get rid of it all.
Now, as is well known to some of your viewers, and certainly to you, Sebastian, I did benefit from a pardon from President Trump, but that was after I'd served a sentence and after I had won the case.
There was nothing left of the case when he gave me a pardon, although I was grateful for it.
One which, if I remember correctly, Lord Black, you had not petitioned for, correct?
I myself had not, but in fairness, friends of mine to my knowledge did.
And then there's a formality where you apply, and I did apply, but that was after it was all at the White House legal office.
And Alan Dershowitz, who frequently appears with you, was one of the people acting for me, Discussed it with the White House counsel, Mr. Cipollone.
But the, I mean, I was able to pay, I only say this as a matter of public knowledge, tens of millions of dollars of legal fees and fight this out for a long time.
And, you know, we went up to the Supreme Court twice and to the Supreme Court Canada also on a related matter successfully.
And it's just very hard to do that.
You need a point of law to get you there.
And the real, I think, I just offer you two statistics that would be of interest to your viewers that buttress my view that the United States, though it's an incomparably great country, has a fundamentally evil justice system.
And it nauseates me when otherwise sensible people like Sean Hannity say that the American legal system is the envy of the world.
It isn't.
The world is contemptuous of it and is shocked at how bad it is.
And the statistics I'd give you are In the United States you have 98% of federal prosecutions are at least partially successful.
95% without a trial.
That isn't a justice system.
The corresponding figures in Britain and Canada are 61 and 50% and that's not because Britain and Canada have incompetent prosecutors.
They don't.
They just have a fairer system and they have a lower crime rate too.
And the other statistic I'd give you is the United States has 5% of the world's population and 25% of its incarcerated people.
Now, the Americans aren't five times less law abiding or less decent people than all the rest of the people in the world.
Of course they aren't.
And this is just an outrage. - Yeah, when I read those figures in your autobiography, I was shocked.
I was shocked as an immigrant to the United States, truly shocked by those figures.
You're not a professor stuck in an ivory tower.
You have suffered the vicissitudes of this system, had people lie against you and result in your You're being assaulted through the legal system.
As somebody who's lived through that, can you give us your concrete recommendations?
Can anything be done with this system that is so ingrained in the United States?
Yes, it can be reformed, but you need a pressure to reform it.
And I think the American numbers are quite similar to the comparable countries.
I know countries exactly comparable with the US, but the group that's taken is large, Prosperous democracies, namely Australia, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany, and Japan.
And taken as a group, it's a bigger population in the U.S.
and a comparable standard of living.
And the United States has six to 12 times as many incarcerated people per capita as those six countries.
So what you do is you reform the plea bargain system.
You cannot have prosecutors Granting immunity in respective evidence they have reason to believe is dishonest, but is helpful to them in a prosecution.
Because in practice you're basically, you're buying calumny that will be used against a charged individual.
Exactly.
You're extorting false, inculpatory testimony.
Yeah, absolutely outrageous.
Ladies and gentlemen, please, the books that he's famous for, of course, is his presidential works on Franklin Roosevelt, on Richard Nixon, and most recently on President Trump, a president like no other.
But please, his autobiographies have to be read as well, a matter of principle.
Also a life in progress and backward glances.

Lord Black, let's change tag momentarily.
I have two large questions left to ask you.
The first has to do with your background as perhaps one of the most famous living publishers of newspapers in the world today when you ran the Hollinger International Group.
I have to exploit this opportunity with a longer discussion.
The state of the media, and I don't mean in Canada or just in the US, but the state of the Fifth Estate itself, yes we've had yellow journalism, yes we've had the pamphleteers, but as somebody who had to ensure that the Telegraph, the National Post, were actually fine producers of journalistic content, has it ever been as bad?
Has the legacy mainstream media ever been so bad as it is today?
No, certainly not in my lifetime.
And as far as I know, as a, if I may say it, a person who wrote a history of the United States, never in the history of the country in this sense, you had completely irresponsible things regularly being written about major public figures.
For example, the media at the time of Jefferson and Hamilton's quarrel, it was absolutely shocking and scandalous what was written By each side against the other, and they were after all, as they're now recognized to be, by a few racist anti-white fanatics among the great men of American history, Hamilton and Jefferson.
But what you didn't have is what you have now, where it's so lopsided.
And if you look at the election in 2020 and the run-up to it, Really, about 95% of the national political media were not only hostile to Trump, they were promoting every day, in 24 hours of every day, negative and what would in other jurisdictions be seen as libelous or slanderous, in any case, defamatory comment about Trump.
They propagated the Russia-Trump collusion myth for as long as they could, then they They didn't seek any accounting from the authors of it when it was exposed as completely without basis or justification.
They jumped on the spurious impeachments.
They gave absolutely biased coverage and sulfurously hostile coverage to the incumbent president throughout the election campaign.
That is new.
I mean, Nixon faced a bias in his time, but he always had, I mean, all the major networks, the leading newspapers would always say, they always give, he decided things, even if it was less well presented and not accompanied by fawning articles of idolatry, worshipful coverage of his personality, such as the Kennedy's regularly received.
At least it was there.
You could see the Nixon case in some people, and some outlets were pro-Nixon.
But I've never seen anything like this before.
And we now have a situation where both sides accuse the other of being a menace to democracy.
One side is right, and it isn't the side that the media is on at the moment.
I mean, as you know, the rap on Trump is he's a menace to democracy, but he isn't.
But his complaint is that his opponents are and he makes a good case.
The only man that the mainstream media has repeatedly called a dictator who actually left office after an election occurred peacefully on the election.
Yes.
Well, we're going to discuss that next, but just if I can stay on this issue of slander and libel.
Isn't there something fatally flawed with the slander and libel laws in this country, in America, whereby I, if I'm a public figure, must prove that the person who lies about me did so knowingly at the time?
If you're not a mentalist, I think that's impossible, Lord Black.
It's an absurd standard.
It comes from New York Times and Sullivan.
It's the intent to defame, which is almost impossible to prove.
And of course, for example, someone who wasn't a public figure, like the young man from Covington, Kentucky, if you recall that appalling incident where he was accused of belittling a native person, which he wasn't doing.
He was listening politely to the music he was making.
Apparently the terms are not revealed, but he's collecting sequentially large settlements from the different media outlets that defamed him.
Because he was an unknown person prior to that.
But what you say is absolutely right.
And I mean, if journalists, like prosecutors and other people, have no disincentive to behaving in an unprofessional way, completely destructive of the rights of other people, whom they happen not to approve of, Then that's what they're going to do.
Most of them will not take a principled stance and say, look, I can't stand this man, but I'm going to give him a fair presentation.
You were kind enough to mention our time as my associates and mine as owners of the Daily Telegraph in London.
The long-serving leader of the opposition, Neil Kinnock, head of the Labour Party who lost general elections to Margaret Thatcher and John Major, Said to me one day, look, you know, I know that your paper doesn't support me.
But it is always the paper I read first.
I don't read the comments so much, but your news coverage is always the best and the fairest.
Now that, that is a yardstick.
That is a... when the person from the other political persuasion, the head of that party, who by the way, just lived down the road from me in West London, says, yours, yours is the newspaper I read the first, then you know that you are the standard.
We're talking to Lord Black.
This is America First One on One.
I don't think he was too woke.
He was the exact opposite.
You know what woke means?
It means you're a loser.
Everything woke.
Everything woke.
It's true.
Thank you.
to say about the last election.
Play cuts.
He's not just a former president.
He's a defeated former president.
Defeated by a margin of over 7 million of your votes in a full and free and fair election.
There is simply zero proof the election results were inaccurate.
The statement, the magnitude of that brazen statement, there's zero evidence, when just the day before the Secretary of State of Georgia, Brad Raffensperger, has instituted an investigation of the election in his state.
What is the damage to the fabric of the Republic and the confidence Well, if it isn't put right, I think you're going to have a very cynical atmosphere.
I mean, what President Biden said is simply preposterous.
absurd.
Well, if it isn't put right, I think you're going to have a very cynical atmosphere.
I mean, what President Biden said is simply preposterous.
Zuckerberg contributed $419 million, almost all of the Democrats, to assist them in getting out of the vote.
There were over 40 million harvested ballots, completely unverifiable.
Absolutely.
I mean, no doubt most of them were, you know, the ballots of people legitimately voting, but in that large a number where there's no chance of verifying them.
And in an election where 46,000 votes, if they had flipped in Pennsylvania and any two of Arizona, Georgia, And Wisconsin would have given the election to Trump in the Electoral College, would have lost the popular vote.
In any such circumstances, I would say it is an election where no one knows who really won.
And I'd say the same about 1960 and 2000.
Now, what's annoying the Democrats here is that unlike 1960, where Mr. Nixon was encouraged by President Eisenhower to challenge it when Kennedy ostensibly won, He declined to do so because he thought it would be bad for the country, something for which Mr. Nixon has received no credit.
In 2000, Al Gore went to the courts and the Supreme Court effectively shut it down and said, we have to adhere to the dates provided by the Constitution for the meeting of the Electoral College and the inauguration of the new president.
So, you know, you do what you can do in the next eight days or whatever it was, and that's the end of it.
But here there was no adjudication.
And the conduct of the supporters of then-former Vice President Biden is much more egregious and obvious than the excesses of Mayor Daley on behalf of John F. Kennedy in 1960 in Chicago, and the supporters of a senator as he then was, Senate Majority Leader Johnson, the vice presidential candidate with Kennedy, In Texas in 1960.
I mean, they did it a lot more subtly.
It wasn't a matter of millions of votes.
And Biden's quite within his rights to say, look here, I won the election.
I know there are these allegations about it, but they haven't been proven and I rebut them.
And meanwhile, I've taken the oath.
I am the president.
No one really, not even Donald Trump, is disputing that he is now the president.
But a terrible mistake has been made and by a great many people who know better.
To say there is no argument about that election.
I'm content to say we don't know who won.
I would say that.
I certainly can't say there was no chance Biden won the election.
But for everyone to pretend it's just an open and shut case because of the failure of courts to overturn anything is nonsense.
There were 19 cases, a total of 19, that attacked the legitimacy of the changes made to the voting and vote counting systems supposedly in respect of the COVID crisis.
But in fact, they were extremely helpful to the ballot harvesting movement that was entirely conducted on behalf of the Democrats.
And the courts effectively abdicated their status as a co-equal jurisdiction, including the Supreme Court that declined for spurious reasons to hear the case of the Attorney General of Texas, supported by 18 other states, Accusing the six targeted states was an immaculate election in 44 states.
In Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Nevada, there were problems.
And the refusal of the Supreme Court to hear that case, when it starts at the Supreme Court, it isn't an appeal.
As you know, a lawsuit between states has to go to the Supreme Court.
And for them to refuse to hear it was sending a message That they were just not going to touch what is the most important issue that could possibly come.
Well, and not only that, for the Chief Justice to argue that it's because Texas doesn't have standing is a bad joke, as if the President of the United States isn't the President for Texas and 18 other states, as well as if he's some kind of, you know, weird office holder off in some vacuum by himself is utterly absurd.
And it does show that there is a problem with the Supreme Court as well.
How much of, given that your last book was about President Trump, how much of all of this apparent insanity or radicalism or anger at your fellow voter from Clinton's deplorables to the January 6th speech by Biden, how much of it is a function of just how different a kind of President Donald Trump was and that he wasn't your classic former senator, congressman or retired general, Lord Black?
I think that's a large part of it.
But I'd also say, Sebastian, that the period of Clinton, George W. Bush and Obama was only the second time in American history where you had three consecutive two-term presidents.
Unwrap the significance of that.
Well, I mean, normally there's more of a Back and forth, and things being up for grabs, and less of a sort of serenity.
Now you can only take two terms after FDR took four.
So that's as many as anyone can have.
And the last time you had three consecutive two-term presidents was Jefferson, Madison, and Monroe, and that was 200 years ago.
And put another way, in the 32 years from 1981 to 2013, eight terms, one member or other of the Bush or Clinton families was the president, the vice president of the secretary of state.
And members of both those families sought the nomination of their parties for president in 2016.
And there's nothing wrong with that, exactly.
But the fact was, in the post-Reagan era, after the end of the Cold War, which was the principal backdrop to the politics of America from World War II until the Berlin Wall came down, the Soviet Union disintegrated.
You had a sort of bipartisan governing establishment in Washington, where they alternated the White House every eight years and each House of Congress every four or six years.
But the people in government were all the same.
And it was one happy little community.
And Donald Trump was the only prominent person who saw that a very large part of the population felt they were being left out by this bipartisan consensus of how to govern the country.
And he ran against them.
And since he was running against the entire establishment, frankly, against the Bushes as much as against the Obamas, they were all horrified.
And they all locked arms to sandbag him because they didn't want the so-called swamp to be drained because they were in it.
Thank you.
If I could say this without seeming to be sanctimonious, I don't think there is a more important principle than defending oneself against false charges.
Yeah.
I mean, if I'd actually been guilty of something, I would have acknowledged it and taken the penalty.
But as has now been established, I wasn't guilty of any illegalities.
I mean, we're all guilty of Conduct that they might have regretted or could have done better or something.
You don't send people to prison for that.
And I did spend three years and two weeks in your U.S.
federal prisons.
Now, they were low-security ones, and I must say, while it was absolute nonsense that I was there, I found it sort of an interesting experience in a way, and got on well with everybody.
The so-called correctional staff, as well as the residents.
But I shouldn't have been there.
But it was interesting.
But as far as I was concerned, I had an absolute duty to myself and in general to try to uphold the principle that people who are not guilty should be found not guilty and shouldn't be charged and convicted and accepted voluntarily when it's an unjust indictment.
when it's an unjust indictment.
And secondly, and the White House legal counsel concluded that no charges should have been laid in our case.
And my co-defendants in the president, President Trump, did not know.
They were pardoned also.
I'm at the school that keeps religious or highly personal philosophical matters as matters of discretion.
I don't like to put my heart in my sleeve, and I certainly don't like zealots who are out trying to proselytize, and I'm not one of them, but I would just say this, that if you do believe there are spiritual forces in the world and are a believer in some sort of divine intelligence, one tends to believe, and I am in this camp, that there is a purpose to something that happens to you, even if it's completely inexplicable, even if the purpose is indiscernible.
So that heightened my sense that Since I was a well-to-do person and better able to defend myself than most people, I had a particular duty to do so.
And so I didn't become, in that sense, self-righteous about it.
As far as I was concerned, I was falsely charged and I fought the charges.
And I believe that was the right thing to do.
But it's a system that needs reform.
It's a wonderful country, but that is a cancer within that country.
A legal system that grinds to dust all kinds of innocent people.
It is with good reason that in Judaic law that has been carried over into Judaic Christian civilization, bearing false witness is one of the most heinous things a human being can do to another human being.
So that resonates as why you fought against those bearing false witness against you.
