Time Text
What did we just do?
We just got back from an amazing Italian lunch.
It was our Christmas lunch with the America First team planning the new year.
What is it the left says?
Reimagining.
Yes, America First is going to be even more, can I say kick-ass?
It's going to be even more kick-ass come January the 1st.
So excited.
If you want a little Hint at what we're going to do for all of you millions of listeners and viewers.
Check out, I'm going to give a little video hint at my new locals community, Gawker.Locals.com today, later today.
That's Gawker.Locals.com for a little behind-the-scenes hint at what we are planning for all of you patriots.
But first...
We're delighted to have one of the bravest America First warriors to open the show with us.
No monologue!
No Dr. G monologue!
We're going straight to Congresswoman Lauren Boebert.
Representative Boebert, welcome back to America First!
Dr. Gorka, it is great to be on with you all across the nation just talking with fired-up patriots who love our country and aren't afraid to say it.
So I am looking right now as we speak live at your Twitter feed.
You've got to follow this little lady right now at Bobert, or Lauren Bobert.
On the Lauren Bobert feed, you've got a photograph.
You and I both spoke at the Turning Point USA America Fest this weekend.
You've got a photograph with Kyle Rittenhouse.
And I was impressed.
You had 12,000 likes already.
And I scrolled down a little bit further, and your new profile picture, with a mug of liberal tears, has got 18,000.
You're even more popular than Kyle Rittenhouse.
How do you do that?
Well, it's really easy.
You just get on Twitter and get throttled back.
So anything they don't like, they hide.
So no, Kyle was such a sweetheart.
And Dr. Gorka, I have to tell you, the very first thing that he said was he saw our interview together talking about him interning in my office.
Yes!
Well, and I said I'd be your champion.
I'd arm wrestle him for you.
Madison Cottern wanted to challenge me to an arm wrestling contest over Mr. Rittenhouse.
And I said, I'm not going up against those muscles.
I will challenge you to a sprint.
And Kyle mentioned that, and he just loved it.
Well, and I said I'd be your champion.
I'd arm wrestle him for you.
So did you seal the deal with Kyle?
You know, he's going to come out and visit some of us.
But I think he has bigger intentions than being an intern in Congress.
This is a bright young man.
But he needs a mentor.
He needs a mentor.
And I can't think of anybody better than you.
But we're going to get Madison Cawthorn on the show and we will have that arm wrestle.
Absolutely going to happen.
Can I do a little bit of behind the scenes?
Do I have your permission to tell our listeners and viewers what you texted to me this morning?
So you sent me the interview of me and Breitbart, which by the way Breitbart told me broke records yesterday, one of their most downloaded articles, and you just said you demand, will you please explicate on why we need to have a certain robustness of response to the January 6 witch hunt of Nancy Pelosi?
Well, because of that exactly.
It is a Nancy Pelosi witch hunt.
This is impeachment 3.0.
This is the Russia hoax all over again.
They project what they are in fact themselves guilty of onto their opposition.
And I'm just glad that people like you are taking a stand against them and showing how unconstitutional this is.
They want to drag members of Congress into much more of a political war.
They want to drag us into the courts.
And, you know, I don't need a judge telling me how to conduct my behavior in Congress.
This is something that should be kept in the House.
And their committee is completely bogus.
I mean, look, we had Jim Jordan and Jim Banks who were first tapped to be on the committee.
They were appointed to serve on this committee.
And Nancy Pelosi said no.
Why?
Because they'll ask the real questions.
They will ask why there were people...
who were opening up fences and opening up doors to the Capitol and guiding protesters through seemingly as permission to enter the Capitol on January 6th.
They would ask those questions.
Why didn't we have adequate security?
Why did Mayor Bowser deny extra reinforcements to Capitol police officers?
And so she replaced them with she thinks they're Republicans, but two other Democrats, Liz Cheney and Adam Crybaby Kinzinger.
And, you know, so it's completely partisan sham witch hunt.
And, you know, they're trying to make this seem like it's 11 members of Congress who who.
We've got all of this together that day and planned this.
You know, I'm wondering if there was some other planning on the other side after seeing so many videos of the crowd being guided to the Capitol.
Well, not only that, and I love that I'm going to use that with your permission, crybaby kinsinger, we have thousands and thousands of hours of CCTV footage that the Capitol Police refused to release.
Why would they refuse to release it, Congresswoman?
Why would they refuse to release pretrial inmates in the D.C.
jail?
Why would they do a lot of these things?
I think all of this is just absolutely bogus.
Why are the FBI going all across the nation with search warrants into people's homes and interviewing people and arresting people when we have Mr. Epps right there on camera?
He has not been charged with anything.
He has not been apprehended.
Why hasn't he been questioned?
He was telling people to storm the Capitol!
She is, of course, the representative for Colorado's 3rd District, owner of the Shooter's Grill.
She's the patriot who told Beto, hell no, you're not taking our guns.
Follow her right now on Twitter.
Congresswoman, I understand fully that what happened to me on Saturday, the subpoena for my phone records isn't about me, it's about, not even about President Trump, it's about the 74 million Americans that voted for him, people that voted for you.
When you send a message to all of your constituents in the third district and to all Americans that there is no option right now to stay outside of politics, when somebody says, oh, I don't do politics, isn't it right to say, Congresswoman, that the left has made everything political?
Absolutely everything.
And we're hearing things about January 6th or Ilhan Omar comments, you know, luggage comments are off limits apparently because they want to distract from their policies because their policies are destroying our country.
And if you don't care about politics, know that corrupt politicians care about you and they want complete control.
The liberal outrage machine has been on full throttle over the last year.
And I want to tell you why they're attacking me, why they're attacking you and other patriots in Congress so viciously.
It's because we are in their way.
Democrats want complete and total control.
They want control of every aspect of your life.
They want to control your education and what you're allowed to learn.
They want to control your words, what you're allowed to say or post, or monitor and control your medical decisions, your financial transactions, what restaurants you go to.
Come on, Dr. Gorka, it is easier to get into our country illegally at the southern border than it is to sit in a restaurant in New York state.
And now, Mayor Bowser in D.C. has said there's now vaccine requirements for restaurants and indoor venues in Washington, D.C.
They want complete control.
And if anyone thinks that just one more piece of legislation is going to solve this, they're wrong.
We need to get people who are fearless, who are principled, who will take a stand, who will not back down.
And we need to have people who have the life of God living on the inside of them, because that is what our country needs right now.
You can't have a meal in DC without a vaccine passport come January 15th, but that doesn't matter if you're an illegal alien, one of 6,000 coming across the border every single day.
We've got 30 seconds left.
Congresswoman Boebert, you're never going to give up fighting, are you?
I am not.
You see, Dr. Gorka, I am radically me.
I am authentically Lauren Boeber, and that is rare in Washington, D.C.
to find someone with authenticity.
And that's why they go after me so much, because they know I'm doing exactly what I promised the voters of Colorado's 3rd District that I would do, to serve them and secure their rights.
And I need all of your support to help me at lauren4freedom.com continue this fight.
lauren4freedom.com She will not stop fighting.
Merry, Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas.
Let's do that.
It's gonna look a lot like Christmas.
Mic's are on.
Mic's are on.
One more guess.
With the sack you guessed vaccine, you guessed gas.
Oh!
Uh... Well, they're taking credit for something, right?
Um... Help me out, guys.
What is the administration taking credit for?
Uh... I don't know.
Oh, something to do with the economy, right?
Play the cut.
Cut ten.
Cut ten.
Oh, yes, I have them now.
Okay.
And... here we...
Good news!
We've saved Christmas, and that is because President Biden recognized this challenge early, acted as an honest broker to bring key stakeholders together, and focused on addressing practical problems across the global supply chain.
I think that's the best one ever.
It's not real.
Yes.
Okay, you've got to send that to Casio now, and we're going to use that with Trish.
That's... That's... Save Christmas.
I think she's possibly as dumb as AOC.
Possibly.
That's gonna be the thing.
Is Jen Psaki even dumber than AOC?
Could you imagine having to read that and say that?
That sounds like an ad.
Like a really bad ad.
Instagram or something.
Can you play Cut 8?
Is it the fault of the unvaccinated?
I don't think this is a moment to talk about fault.
It is no one's fault that this virus hit our shores or hit the world.
Uh, three.
Three.
Trois.
Masks are like the Democrats' MAGA hat.
And we do it to make each other feel better.
Yeah, but that's, I mean, that makes sense to me.
That you wear it because it makes people feel comfortable.
And I know it's illogical, and I'm fine wearing it if people, if it relaxes people and it makes them feel better.
But if people want to actually argue that they do something, it just doesn't make any sense, man.
It doesn't make any sense.
Okay, cut seven.
It doesn't make any sense.
Got to post that and consha.
Go.
Regardless of the fact that we are attacking your fundamental rights or limiting your fundamental rights, and the charter says that wrong, we're still going to go ahead and do it.
It's basically a loophole that allows A majority to override fundamental rights of a minority.
Alright, we're gonna use that with Jared.
Need to post that as well.
He really is Fidel Castro's son.
What?
Doesn't know what fundamental means.
No, no.
Who is that?
That's Trudeau.
That's Prime Minister Trudeau.
That's Trudeau?
Yep.
You can't tell with a mask on.
That's crazy.
Crazy, crazy, crazy.
Insanity.
Insanity.
Do you want to come in with anything?
I want to listen to the music and then I'll tee something up.
Okay.
Give me Fauci Cup 5 quickly.
Cup 5.
If someone in your family isn't vaccinated, should you ask them not to show up?
Yes, I would do that.
I mean, I think we're dealing with a serious enough situation right now that if there's an unvaccinated person, I would say, I'm very sorry, but not this time.
Maybe another time when this is all over.
All right.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour. Stand With
Israel Tour. Stand
With Israel Tour.
I have arguments with my family.
I want to hear Christmas music the whole year round.
And I just want to listen to it.
But I guess we should do some radio.
Let's have a little bit of Christmas cheer.
Thanks to all of you.
You've hit our target of over a thousand kids.
But let's break it.
Let's go beyond any expectation.
Chuck Colson's amazing prison fellowship campaign.
Just listen.
This is from a news report in Omaha, KETV.
Talking to one of... We've always talked about the kids.
Let's talk about the parents who are in prison and through your largesse, through your donations, are able to get a Christmas present to their children.
This is one of the fathers who is helped by you and the Angel Tree campaign.
It's a struggle, you know, knowing that we can't be there for the ones that we love the most.
But Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree program allows these dads to send their love home at Christmas.
Actually, I had pictures and she was opening the presents.
For these fathers, it's not as much about the gifts, but the message they send to their kids.
It's something that's come from dad.
Pretty amazing to see her getting presents from her dad, knowing they're from me.
Reporting in Omaha, Alexandra Stone, KETV Newswatch 7.
So here's my request to you.
Have you done your Christmas shopping?
I got Christmas really crept up on me this year.
I don't know about you.
If you've done your Christmas shopping, if you're satisfied, even if you're dissatisfied with what you've got for your loved ones, Imagine the good you could do if you donate to one of these children.
There's more than a million girls and boys in America who have a mother or father behind bars.
More than 70% of these children will end up in prison themselves.
They're very, very vulnerable.
They need to feel loved.
And with a donation of $25, they get a Christmas gift on behalf of their imprisoned parent with a message of love from that mother or father and the gospel.
It is one of the most blessed things you can do at any time of the year.
As Jesus said, the children, the orphans, the widows, and the prisoners, these are our priorities in life.
Make a difference today.
$100 for children.
$1,000 for 40 children whose lives you may be saving.
It's super easy.
It's tax deductible.
Call the Prison Fellowship on 888-206-2794.
888-206-2794.
That's 888-206-2794.
Or just go to sebgorker.com and click on the Angel Tree banner.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorka.com Angel Tree banner.
Now we have the Grinch!
Who is the Grinch this year?
The Grinch is supposed to be super tall, isn't he?
He's not supposed to be a short little fascist, but he is this year and his name is Anthony Fauci who says, uh, just cancel Christmas or if you've got a relative who isn't vaccinated just, uh, I guess leave them outside in the snow.
Cut five.
If someone in your family isn't vaccinated, should you ask them not to show up?
Ah, yes.
I would do that.
I mean, I think we're dealing with a serious enough situation right now that if there's an unvaccinated person, I would say, I'm very sorry, but not this time.
Maybe another time when this is all over.
No, just, you know, stay outside.
There's no room at the inn.
Yeah.
Seriously.
Uncle, Uncle Jim, you're not coming this year because you're unvaccinated.
You may have had COVID and have more antibodies in your body than anybody who's been vaccinated because that's how science works.
There is no vaccine for any, any disease that gives you more T cells antibodies than catching the disease and surviving.
But no, you get to stay outside the lunacy, the sheer fascism.
And what did he say?
Because the situation is so serious.
Jeff, How many people have died of the new variant at the moment?
That would be one.
Alleged?
Alleged, yes.
Okay, so one American has died.
I wonder how many people died by bricks falling on their head yesterday.
And this is the same Fauci that yesterday, he was asked about why it was more mild in South Africa.
He said because a lot of people there have immunity from Delta.
What?
Yes.
What?
He kind of caught himself a little bit.
Oh, that's interesting.
Oh, and by the way, just to add to the statistics, the global figure.
Look at the population, Eric.
I think we're closing up to 8 billion people in the world.
How many have allegedly died of the coronavirus?
Allegedly?
Out of 8 billion?
7?
8 billion?
8.
Not 8 million.
eight.
Not eight million, not eight thousand, not eight hundred.
8.
You know the number that's slightly less than 10?
Do you remember what the AOC said?
Do you remember what the AOC said?
Almost 10 people were killed.
Do you remember that?
What a weird phrase.
Almost 10 people were killed on January the 6th.
Or you mean the people who got heart attacks the day after.
Those kinds of almost 10 people.
It's a fraud.
It's a sham.
But you gotta be a happy warrior.
I know somebody who's a happy warrior!
I heard him call in to chat with Jennifer Horne.
Brent!
Season's greetings to you, my friend!
Yes, a courageous and victorious Christmas, Gallant Gorka!
Thank you kindly!
How is your Hanukkah?
Oh, it's wonderful.
And it's magical and it's leading right up to Christmas, which I think is going to be magical as well.
But once again, America is faced with a wartime Christmas.
I'm like George Washington at the Battle of Trenton and George Patton at the Battle of the Bulge.
May all Christians and Jews in holy accord advance courageously upon our enemy, whose aim is the cancellation of God and his Ten Commandments.
Let me ask you something, or just let me interrupt you there.
When somebody, and I have Jewish friends who do this, you know, especially Boris, every Friday he says Happy Shabbos.
When he says that to me, he always wishes me a Happy Hanukkah.
I'm not insulted.
So let me ask you, as an American of Jewish faith, if I say Merry Christmas to you, do you take umbrage at that, Brent?
No, I take it as a blessing.
Bingo.
I see it as friendship and kindness.
And though we might have different theologies, we certainly have in total unity of the Ten Commandments and our morals and our ethics.
And we're all in the same foxhole right now.
So, I think we can worry about the theology a little bit later.
Well, I don't think we need to worry about the theology.
That shouldn't be something that divides us, because we are from the same civilization, Brent.
We are from the greatest civilization the world has ever seen, and that is the Judeo-Christian civilization.
And that is what binds us together.
As you said, I'd stand in the foxhole with any member of that civilization that believes in the truth that it represents.
Happy Hanukkah!
Merry Christmas to you as well!
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, don't touch that dial.
The End
- Mic's on.
How regularly should we have meetings like that?
Every couple of months.
Every couple of months, yeah, that makes sense.
Yep.
Sounds about right.
This is awesome.
All the Christmas music, I can't wait.
Oh, we have really good choices.
Oh, give it straight to me.
Straight to me.
Straight to me.
Mic's on?
Off.
Off, okay.
Thanks That was quick My time's gone.
All right.
Well done.
It's a little over two and a half minutes.
I looked online real quick.
Google search.
Global COVID deaths 5.3 million.
No, no, no, no.
I know that.
The population of the world is what I need.
Is it 7 or 8 million?
Oh, population of the world.
Yeah, that should be.
He's gone again.
Ignore him.
World population right now, as of 2020, roughly 7.85 billion.
7.85, yeah, that's what I thought.
So, yeah.
I'm pretty sure the Spanish flu still has killed more people than that.
Oh, yes.
Way back.
Way back when, yeah.
I'm sending you... You haven't booked somebody.
Are we working Friday?
We're not.
It's a holiday.
Okay, all right.
I'm sending you a two-way guest that you can put in the hopper.
Okay.
Where is it?
Oh, did you show everybody that tweet you sent me?
No.
You gotta show the guys.
Oh, boy.
The best part is the negative rapid test.
So how would that help you not catch Omicron?
90 seconds.
I don't have his last name here, just his email.
Oh, what do we have coming in?
Israel, let's come in with something.
Yes.
Come in with...
Oh, God.
Four.
Coming with four?
Yes, after a liner.
Oh no, no, no.
One.
Counting one, one, one, one.
Coming with one after the liner.
Alright.
Sounds good.
40 seconds.
Mm-hmm.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Prison Fellowship.
You could be on CNN right now.
Yeah.
You know?
John Lemmings are a real news organization.
Yeah.
I'm just throwing it out there.
I don't know.
Unfortunately, I just haven't, I guess, what was it you said, the requirement for being a job at CNN is over.
Are you a pervert?
I'm not perverted enough, I guess.
I don't know.
I watched that interview.
It was like an hour and 40 minutes.
Elon Musk with the Babylon Bee.
Gentlemen, congratulations, the Babylon Bee.
I didn't know they introduced themselves.
The founder is a Christian news organization that started this satirical site a few years ago.
It's been exploding lately.
And they said, can we interview you, Mr. Musk?
And Elon Musk said, well, if you come to Texas, absolutely.
And he hosted them for an hour and a half more than that.
Interesting guy.
Did any of you guys see Eric, John, did you guys see it?
I did not, but it looks like a must watch.
I wish I had seen it.
So I want you guys, all of you, to watch it, OK?
Because I think it's the longest interview he's ever given.
And his background, born in South Africa, Canadian mother, came to the US, worked through college, paid off a $100,000 college loan.
I think it was like bussing tables or manual labor or something.
Fascinating story.
And then his attitude to the environmental movement, to political correctness, he's getting More and more interesting.

Let's go to Josh in Florida.
to the website standwithisraeltour.com that's standwithisraeltour.com we're taking your calls today 833-33-GORCA that's 833-334-6752 let's go to Josh in Florida Josh welcome to America First thank you for your time Dr. Gorka I just wanted to chime in briefly about what you were talking about before the break.
You were talking about the Omicron variant of COVID-19.
Yes.
I have the privilege of working in both academic and clinical research, helping not just academic institutions here in the U.S., but across the world with their research studies.
And I also help out with governmental agencies, whether it be the NIH, the CDC, the FDA.
What a lot of these people are saying behind closed doors is that this is a giant nothing burger.
And by that I mean... The latest variant?
The latest variant is a giant nothing burger.
It is, now let's be factual, it is 70% more transmissible than the Delta variant.
However, if you have either had COVID in the past, or if you have been vaccinated, The chances of you suffering severe either effects or having a severe reaction to the Omicron variant are so minute or so low that you actually have a better chance of being struck by lightning.
Yeah.
So I don't know about you.
I don't really plan my days or my holidays that I plan on traveling across the country and seeing my family in.
On whether or not the plane I'm traveling in will be struck down by lightning or not.
Or whether a UFO will land on my head.
You're absolutely right.
So Josh, as a person who works in this field, who understands the importance of depoliticizing data, do you have a theory as to why people are talking about new lockdowns, why DC yesterday declared an emergency in the nation's capital over Omicron?
I would say that this is probably two-fold, Dr. Gorka.
The first would be, number one, we want to make sure that we're lining big pharma's pockets with as much money as we possibly can.
But number two, on top of this, and more importantly, is that the American people have already shown that they're willing to submit to the government for two years' time, and the government has said, we will fix this problem for you, although they've had adequate time to do so, yet they've failed to do so.
Uh, but we're not holding our governmental officials accountable.
So instead they're saying, let's go ahead and put in these measures, which we've already tried and they've already failed, but let's go ahead and continue to try them even more.
And let's fail some more.
But in return, we're getting more power.
I would say that it is.
It's money and power.
They're locked into a narrative that they can't counter.
And also, if they dare to rein in or to throttle back, then they start to lose power.
Are you a first-time caller, Josh?
I am, yes.
This is the first time I've ever called into your show, sir.
Well, God bless you.
Stay on the line.
Merry Christmas.

It's ridiculous.
I have no words.
Can you play for me Cut 9 from yesterday, Eric?
Okay, Cut 9, yesterday.
Yeah.
I would say that if you choose to go, make sure that you're vaccinated and boosted.
Make sure that you're wearing a mask, even though it's outdoors, that there are lots of people packed around you.
Wearing a three-ply surgical mask.
Don't wear a cloth mask.
Cloth masks are little more than facial decorations.
There's no place for them in light of Omicron.
They just keep changing.
You take the least.
Is she the former Planned Parenthood woman?
Yes.
Right.
And she's been their medical analyst this whole time through.
Because killing babies, that's the same as virology, clearly.
Trish's phone, right?
Yes.
Okay, I'll do the Trish intro.
Oh, and then we're going to play the... What was Saki talking about?
How is Christmas saved?
Supply chains.
Oh, they fixed it?
Yeah.
Oh, good.
Okay.
Got a new, approved portrait of Trish for the... Excellent.
Can you play the concha cut, cut six?
Cut six, concha.
This is an administration and a president that time after time continues to be completely caught off guard on things they should see from a country mile away.
Wait, the Taliban has captured Kabul?
We didn't see that coming.
Wait, wait, inflation isn't transitory?
It'll be here for some time?
Wow, we didn't see that coming.
Wait, law enforcement isn't the problem?
Skyrocketing violent crime is happening because police are demonized?
Okay, kill it.
Who's Lawrence?
Who was hosting?
Who's Lawrence?
The black guy, Lawrence.
What's his last name?
didn't see that coming.
And wait, migrants are flooding the border after we invited them in, stopped building the wall and started attacking our own border patrol.
Wow, we didn't see that coming.
This testing capacity on COVID should have been ramped up months ago, Lawrence, as you know.
But as usual, team Biden, day late, dime short.
And for them to say.
Who's Lawrence?
Who's hosting?
Who's Lawrence?
The Black Eye Alliance.
What's his last name?
From what?
From Fox.
Is it like a big...
... ... ... ... ... ...
Why did we book Trish Regan today?
I really don't know because, um, what's-her-face, um, propagandist-in-chief Jen Psaki, well, she told us there are no problems.
Cut to her.
Good news.
We've saved Christmas.
And that is because President Biden recognized this challenge early, acted as an honest broker to bring key stakeholders together, and focused on addressing practical problems across the global supply chain.
It's all fixed!
Seriously, let's ask somebody who lives in the real world.
My Salem colleague, host of the Trish Regan show.
Follow her at TrishIntel.com and on Twitter at Trish underscore Regan.
Trish, they've saved Christmas!
Merry Christmas.
You know what?
He did not save any Christmas this year.
In fact, I mean, I'm so offended.
I'm so sick of Jen Psaki, and I'm so sick of the machine, and I'm so sick of this liberal media that just feeds them their talking points.
The guy who ran Bloomberg News for like a century, I'm joking because it hasn't been around that long, but Matt Winkler came out with an op-ed the night before Biden was going to speak basically saying exactly what Jen Psaki just said, which told me you got Bloomberg News writing.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
Bloomberg News that made, what did President Trump call him, little Mike, you know, a saint billionaire, which was meant to be reporting factual market data, they actually propped up this propaganda garbage?
So there was, yes, there was an op-ed.
So it's an opinion piece.
So they filed it under opinion by the gentleman who created Bloomberg News.
Now, Bloomberg News actually never made Bloomberg any money, which is really interesting, by the way.
It was the terminal.
Yes, the terminal.
The trading terminal.
And then he got the news kind of as a little bit of a bonus, right?
So anyway, so he spent all this money to ramp up a news division so that it could help feed the terminal.
The guy who ran that business for years and years and years was a noted liberal.
Came out with an office.
I mean, I knew he was liberal.
I used to work there, and he ran the print department when I was there.
I was on the TV side, and I can remember getting in an argument with Gene Spurling, who was an economist working for Barack Obama, because Gene Spurling was trying to tell me, you need to spend more money the minute you grow GDP. you need to spend more money the minute you grow If you grow your economy, then your spending has to increase and keep pace.
And my point was, hey, what about little families at home that, you know, you get a raise this year?
Go sit next to a guy.
Every time he got a raise, he would bank that.
His family lived on What the original salary was, right?
For, you know, however many years, and he saved all that money.
Well, Gene Sperling's idea is government spends more, spends more, spends more.
And I just tell this little anecdote because I can remember getting a call from my bosses and being like, what did you do?
How could you get in a fight about GDP with a Barack Obama economist?
Anyway, long story short, he came out with an op-ed basically saying exactly that.
Yeah, Biden has saved Christmas and I just I'm tired of it.
This is a machine work.
And you know what?
Americans are not stupid, Seb.
Well, you know, when you when you fill up gas in your car, when you try and buy your your your food for the Christmas celebration, you know, you know the truth.
Trish, I've got to ask you the biggest story of the week.
The Build Back Worse mansions decision.
Are you celebrating?
Is this a temporary respite?
Do you trust this one, Senator?
Is this good news?
How should we analyse it?
Well, in the hearing now, yes.
Very, very, very good news.
It shows you, by the way, how stupid this administration is, because he telegraphed this over and over again.
On Twitter, he did it in The Wall Street Journal.
I mean, it was really, really obvious.
The only people that thought it might actually happen were the spin makers over in the White House trying to say, and he's like, "No, that's not really true." So anyway, I don't know if they're ever gonna get there with Joe Manchin.
In some ways, I think he's got some real conservative principles that govern him.
He doesn't believe that government should just spend, spend, spend, going to the Gene Sperling comment.
He has much more fiscal discipline, I think, just sort of running through his veins.
And so I don't think they'll ever get there with him.
Could we see this come back in some way, shape, or form?
The only way that would happen, and I can't imagine a scenario where they're successful in 2022, but is if the Democrats were to get the votes.
I mean, you've got a president.
Who's so just not swift that he's trying to force feed an FDR style agenda when he doesn't even have the Senate.
I mean, how he ever thought this was going to work is absolutely beyond me.
It's good news for our economy said, because you know what?
We can't afford it.
We can't afford it, but it would have driven more costs up for goodness sakes.
You know, families that need daycare, they wanted to have government generated subsidized daycare.
It would have been like health care or education or anything else a mess so I am very happy this is not happening.
But when you hear in the last 24 hours the White House saying that President Biden, I can't even say that, well the man who bears the title President is going to get into talks again with Joe Manchin, do you not feel queasy Trish?
I don't, I think that this is delusional.
I actually think That this team is delusional.
I think that there's been some threats, right?
They've got the unions now all up in arms, and they're trying to make his life difficult.
But I actually have more faith in the guy, and I think he's going to stand firm.
I think they're going to continue this nonsense, but it's not going to happen to them.
It better not, let's just put it that way.
Yeah.
And what does that mean?
That means they're trying to force more.
We've seen the figures, shocking figures for executive orders.
Is that the future?
That they're going to try and drive things through with executive orders instead?
Listen, I think that they would just, they'll go so far left if we're not careful.
We're, you know, I've said this before, Sad, but we're really at a crossroads in terms of our political freedoms, in terms of our economic freedom, In terms of our speaking freedom, right?
Our speech freedom.
We're getting sort of bombarded on all fronts.
And this administration, in my opinion, is encouraging this totalitarian creep.
And it's not even a creep.
I mean, I've said it, and we did this on the podcast the other day, I called it the fast track to totalitarianism, because this is what it really is.
And it's not, you know, a dictatorship, authoritarian type thing.
This is a team of people that are all sort of in cahoots with each other from the mainstream media, as I pointed out, the Bloomberg thing, to To corporate America that's terrified of being cancelled.
To big tech that, you know, thinks that they're on the right side of everything.
I mean this is a totalitarian kind of effort to really, I feel, suppress our freedoms.
And I'm very, very concerned about it.
Our economic freedom is basic.
Yeah.
You come from the Granite State, so we understand what's driving you.
Live free or die.
It's not a creep.
It is a sprint to totalitarianism.

Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Yes, you're up.
Hey, I had something.
I've been thinking about this for a long time, and I wanted to get it out there.
But do you remember a couple years ago when President Trump said in the summertime, it'll be hotter and more arid and the COVID will kind of die out?
Yes.
OK, well, I have a theory about that, and I actually believe that the the masks are making the environment for the COVID to grow because it makes it more moist in your sinus passages.
And carbon dioxide build up and all that.
I really believe that because we're wearing the masks is why you're seeing COVID over and over and over.
It's an interesting theory.
I haven't seen scientific data to that effect.
I have seen data that the masks create bacterial infections.
Because people wear them for a long time and don't wash them.
So whatever the reason, it's a dumb, dumb idea.
And Fauci even admitted it at the beginning.
Thank you, William.
Let's go to Victor waiting very patiently.
Silver Spring, welcome my friend.
Thank you and Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Merry Christmas.
Okay, I think all these latest mandates, shutdowns, Is a rehearsal.
What I think the left want to really do is declare some kind of major emergency to postpone or cancel the midterm elections.
And that's what really worries me at the moment.
But having said that, I think one way to prevent a lot of this cheating for next November I'd like to see every ballot have a serial number.
You go in your pocket... Yeah, yeah, I'm afraid, you know, Victor, great, great question.
We can't do that because you'd have to federalize elections and that's what Nancy wants to do and we can't do that.
States control elections and that's where we have to fix the problem.
With regards to your first theory, intriguing.
We shall discuss.
Stay with us here on America First.
The End
Thank you.

I hope you are having a wonderful, blessed pre-Christmas few days.
It really... Wow.
I'm not ready.
I am not ready.
Came far too quick.
I don't know what it is.
I think it's the insanity of what's going on around us.
It is time to reconnect.
What I've decided to do, and with John, our team member here, every day we are posting just a little relevant reading from the Bible.
Yesterday, or the day before yesterday, was the meeting of Mary and John the Baptist's mother when John leapt in her womb.
To meet the pregnant Mary.
Today we've read the first chapter of St.
John's Gospel and we're just posting little audio renditions.
I think we're going to launch in the new year.
A lot of people have suggested it.
I've been thinking about it for years.
We're going to have a Bible podcast with me reading the Bible every single day and on top of that we're going to We have all kinds of plans.
I'm not even going to give away the rest of them.
But check our Twitter feed, Facebook page.
We're posting those daily Christmas readings.
Don't forget our Locals community, our brand new platform where you can get access to me directly and also where we are providing content you will not find anywhere else.
Behind the scenes stuff.
You like my 10 favorite Bond movies?
You've got to see this video John put together.

You are the most important part of the day.
So the number is 833-33-Gawker.
That's 833-334-6752.
We'll be joined by Greg Jarrett momentarily.
Gordon Chang will be with us.
Phil Kline.
Oh my gosh!
For the whole third hour in our one-on-one segment, we're going to talk about what Phil Kline has uncovered with regards to the last election and what it's going to take to fix it.
This is the former Attorney General of Kansas.
He knows of which he speaks, so don't miss it.
If you don't get the last hour, or if you can't listen to us for some... it better be a bloody good reason, like you're, you know, performing brain surgery in the third hour of the show.
If that's your excuse, I'll take that one.
Not many, but I'll take that one.
If that is the case, don't forget to subscribe to the America First podcast.
Wherever you get a podcast, just put my name in, Sebastian Gawker, Apple Pop America First, subscribe to it, download it every single day, and you won't miss a thing.
The one-on-ones are proving massively popular, so be sure you never miss a single one.
On top of that, I'm going to go to your cause, but first, I miss Joe Concha.
Ever since he signed with Fox, Fox is rather proprietary, meaning that you're not allowed to go on other people's shows and show your face in a Skype fashion if you're a contributor.
So Joe has not been a guest of ours for almost a year now, but congratulations on the Fox gig.
He is one of the best media.
Commentators, meaning he's not in the media, he comments on the media.
And man, I don't even think he had a script yesterday.
He was on Hannity, somebody else was hosting it, and he just... I don't think I've ever seen him rant.
And it was a good'un.
Skyrocketing violent crime is happening because police are demonized and criminals don't fear prosecution because bail laws have been neutered?
Wow, we didn't see that coming.
And wait, migrants are flooding the border after we invited them in, stopped building the wall, and started attacking our own border patrol?
Wow, we didn't see that coming!
This testing capacity on COVID should have been ramped up months ago, Lawrence, as you know.
But as usual, Team Biden, day late, dime short.
And for them to say, we didn't see this variant coming, shows you they are exceptional about complaining and placing blame and not so good on governing.
Hey, Mr. G, have you ever seen Joe that angry?
No, but I liked it.
I liked it, too.
It was good.
He should do a podcast, don't you think?
Yeah, and it was a great 60-second summary of the first year of the administration.
And he wasn't reading it off anything.
It was top of his head.
Yeah, I liked it.
Impressive.
I'm going to text him.
In the break, I'm going to text him because he's a good guy.
Even the famous people need some feedback now and again, a bit of love.
Whenever a guest comes on my show, Little Inside Baseball, whenever a guest comes on my show, what do we do afterwards?
I text them.
I say, thank you for coming on.
Some big names Don't do that.
No names, no pack drill.
And likewise, what do I do after the show has ended?
Eric, you send me the video links at about, what, 8, 9 o'clock, right?
Give or take.
Yeah, and what do I do with them, do you know?
You'd like to send them to the guests?
Yes!
Me!
Me!
Because, you know, we have such a massive team here, I decided not to delegate it to one of the dozens of individuals who works at our radio station.
Me, Muggins, as we say in the UK, I send the clips to our guests.
Whoever it is.
Famous, you know, senators like Marshall Blackburn or whether it's leading figures like Don Jr.
I do it.
Why?
Say, hey, thanks.
Thanks for coming on.
Doesn't cost me anything.
It's like the selfies.
I flew to Phoenix.
If you haven't seen my 20-minute speech, people loved it, okay?
There were a lot of great people there.
Amazing speaker.
Carl Rittenhouse brought the Yeah, why not?
What does it cost me?
And I had a chat with some of the people I met there.
afterwards, even though I flew there in the morning, five hours, flew back after the speech, four hours, as the little time I had before and after my speech, what do you do?
People come up to you.
They say, hey, dog, did you love the show?
Blah, blah, blah.
Can I take a photograph?
Yeah.
Why not?
What does it cost me?
And I had a chat with some of the people I met there.
Far too many people in our business are not nice people.
to Don't be.
If you know who you are and you're listening, be a decent person.
Just because you've got a national show doesn't mean you're different or special.
You're just another human being.
Let's go to your calls!
Let's go to Jerry, New Jersey, line one!
I have the Republicans.
I analyzed.
I was looking at that.
I have them picking up at least five Senate seats for sure.
I think they should pick up New Hampshire, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Arizona.
On the other side of the fence, the three that they could pick up, they have a shot at is Minnesota, Montana, and Nevada.
Among others, besides what they do in the Congress.
So you mean we'll still have a two-seat or three-seat majority?
Well, we could have as many as a five-seat majority if it's 50-50.
And then the governorships, I have them picking up at least six outside of... Who?
Them?
Them?
Or the conservatives?
No, the Republicans, perhaps as many as 10, I have them picking up.
But hang on, Jerry, hang on, Jerry.
We've got another year to go.
Come on, guys.
It could be even better.
Well, at least I think that I believe they should pick up They should pick up North Carolina.
They should pick up Kentucky.
Got it.
Jerry, write those down.
File those away.
And we will compare notes when we get the results from your lips to God's ears.
Thank you, Jerry.
Let's go to Judy Brookley.
And welcome back, Judy.
You know what?
No!
Tell me!
I like it a lot.
When you get angry, I love it!
You're your best when you get angry!
Come on!
But I worry afterwards, as the blood pressure starts to settle a little bit, I always worry.
You know, when you're driving somewhere, you're dropping off the kids or picking up the Christmas tree, do you want Gawker just exploding out of your speakers?
Maybe you do!
Maybe you do!
Yeah, I want it.
I want more anger and you're the best when you're angry.
This is my Joe Conti.
You're better than anyone when you're angry.
I love it.
I get chills.
All of a sudden we're driven.
We're all excited.
You just gather us together and we have this, you know.
Yeah, you know, I'm calling because I have a question.
I do have a comment.
I hope you don't mind.
You go 50 seconds.
You got to be quick.
I'm going to be real quick.
If you put the last four digits of one social security number, can that be done state by state on these mail-in ballots?
Plus, There should be a community legal GoFundMe page for all conservatives being persecuted by these corrupt administrations.
Well, it can't be the GoFundMe because they're politically correct, but there's that other one that they did for Karl Rittner.
That is a genius idea.
I'm going to raise that.
I'm talking to somebody this afternoon who is a legal fighter.
Let me just leave it like that.
Judy, genius idea.
We're going to do that.
And the first one...
State houses could do that.
They could mandate the social security on the ballots.
Not a bad idea.
Nice call.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
next, Greg Jarrett. . Greg Jarrett. .
Yeah, mic's back on.
John chapter 1 verse 1.
Mic's back on.
John, yeah, mic's back on.
John chapter 1, verse 1.
The word became flesh.
All right, have I seen every cut?
Uh, possibly?
Uh, no.
De Blasio, give me cut 2.
De Blasio, cut 2.
I'm curious about boosters.
I've been joking.
In Florida, it's easier to get than a Slurpee.
What about New York City?
If somebody in New York City wants a booster, can they get a booster?
They can get a booster right now.
We'll give them $100 for showing up.
We will go to your home if you want.
I mean, imagine this.
This is how developed our vaccination program is.
We will go to your home.
We'll give a vaccination to any family member who needs it, whether it's first shot, second shot, or booster.
What a creep.
Um, can you grab line one?
Yeah.
American First, please hold.
In fact, I'll go ahead and I'll just dial him up.
Yeah.
We'll do a bit of the singing cowboy next.
I don't know, Mr. Jack.
I did mention that, but it was insanity to think how popular Gene Autry was at one point in time.
Yeah, I think it sounds pretty good.
I'll go ahead and patch you through over to him.
We're coming back on the air in about 90 seconds.
The mics are live on our Rumble and Facebook live streams in the meantime.
Alright, no problem.
One moment.
He's on.
No, you can go.
He's got a minute and forty.

I'm in such a good mood.
I don't want to talk to him because he He only talks about serious things.
So let's dial it back.
Let's get very strategic.
Let's talk to the man we rely upon for legal analysis, political analysis.
He's the author of seminal works such as The Russia Hoax and The Witch Hunt, Greg Jarrett.
Welcome back to America First.
My pleasure, Seb.
Good to be talking with you again.
So much to discuss.
We've only got you for two segments.
Let's start with something fun.
We'll talk about January 6th, the announcement I made yesterday.
But is it true that you wrote a long piece about Biden and the JFK files?
I did, actually.
I did a lengthy documentary for Fox Nation on The Kennedy assassination and all of the documents that have been withheld for almost 60 years by the FBI and the CIA, which invites the question, what are they hiding?
My answer is they're hiding their own incompetence to avoid embarrassment, and they'll attempt to continue to do so, and attempting to avoid blame for failing to stop Lee Harvey Oswald, the latest cache of documents, 1500, were finally belatedly released last week.
They confirmed some of what we knew, that Oswald was in Mexico City meeting with Cuban and Russian spies.
He was under surveillance and talked about killing the president.
The CIA and the FBI withheld this critical information from the Warren Commission.
And the agencies also concealed what appeared to be CIA efforts during the Kennedy presidency to assassinate Fidel Castro, which of course gives the Cubans a motive, not to mention their benefactors, the Soviets, to murder Kennedy.
We're going to find out more, hopefully, a year from now, when the rest of the documents, 15,000 of them, are supposedly released by the FBI and the CIA.
I'm skeptical.
I think they'll do what they always do, continue to hide their own incompetence and malevolence.
Yeah, let me give you my take on this.
You know, Oliver Stone and others have done such a disservice to history.
This man was killed by a communist.
The reason we have all the outre and absurd conspiracy theories is because the left are trying to hide the fact that a communist killed a very hawkish pro-national security democrat.
But at the end of the day, I think you're absolutely right.
It is incompetence that is being covered up.
But how serious is this self-preservation motive?
Because from the FBI, CIA leadership, nobody's alive 60 years later.
So this is simply the institutions protecting themselves.
Correct, Greg?
Yeah, and they've got a company man in the White House, Joe Biden, who has said Gee, you know, the interests of national security, law enforcement, the protection of intelligence operations transcends the public's interest in knowing everything.
I find that beyond stupid.
As you point out, nearly everybody involved is dead.
It's hard to believe some 60 years after the assassination that Americans don't deserve full transparency In one of the worst episodes of the 20th century, the murder of an American president that changed the course of U.S.
history and perhaps world history.
Yeah, and live on television.
Truly, truly earth-shattering geopolitical event.
We're talking to Greg Jarrett.

Greg, let's move up to a modern-day conspiracy.
The latest indictments, arrests, talk of grand jury actions from the John Durham investigation of the Russia hoax.
Some people say this is big trouble for the Clinton campaign.
Is it really?
Should we be far more skeptical than those headlines would have us believe?
What's so revealing in the latest court documents filed by the special prosecutor, John Durham, is that they are focusing quite squarely, as they should, on the Hillary Clinton campaign.
that invented the Russia hoax of collusion.
They financed it and they disseminated it.
In the latest court documents, they said, wait a minute, Igor Danchenko, who's been indicted for lying to the FBI, he was the primary source for the phony dossier, he's being represented by the same lawyers who are representing people in the Hillary presidential campaign.
Obviously a conflict of interest, and you can imagine the defense attorney sitting there representing Danchenko, the defense table, and standing to cross-examine his own clients on the witness stand, people in the Hillary Clinton campaign.
So, what's revealing is, yes, they know that Hillary Clinton and her cadre of acolytes We're behind this nefarious plot to smear Donald Trump.
And we may be getting inching ever closer to some more serious indictments or arrests, but after the last five years it's very, very hard to hold out hope that the senior individuals responsible for what truly is the largest Psychological warfare attack against the United States by a political party and by a campaign.
We'll see justice seems to be ever slipping away.

I'm back with Greg after these messages.
The End
I'm uploading that.
Good.
Mics are still on on the rumble, Greg.
Okay, how are you, man?
Good, good, good.
Our kids are back from California.
We're staying put, so we're going to have a very quiet Christmas.
You?
I'm good for you.
Yeah, quiet Christmas, you know.
I'm up in Connecticut, New York area, for a couple of weeks.
You know, everybody's masked up and intimidated by Omicron, so we're staying quiet.
We'll talk about that next in the state of emergency declared in DC, and then we'll go to my subpoena on January 6th.
I'd love to get your take.
Yeah, I'd love to.
Apparently the thought police are out in force on this January 6th committee.
You know, you're in trouble for thinking, pal.
I know, I know, and for not giving a speech on January the 6th, yes.
He thought about giving a speech, so that's, you know, the thought.
Right, I was invited to, therefore.
I presume the documentary was a big success, the JFK one?
Yeah, it did really, really well, and it'll probably continue to do well as documents filter out from the National Archive.
Was that your idea?
Who came up with it?
No, it was one of our producers, Brian Gaffney, executive producer, and so we did the documentary over the summer in anticipation of this.
Superb.
And was it a Fox Nation product or was it on the cable?
No, it's Fox Nation only.
So, you know, I would encourage people who don't have Fox Nation to get it.
It's got quite a menu of interesting subjects that people can see on demand.
Are you going to do another one?
I don't have any planned right now, but probably in the near future, yeah.
Well, keep us posted and we'll plug it.
Thank you very much.
I appreciate it.
In the meantime, I wish you a Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Happy Holidays.
Thank you kindly.
Standby, 70 seconds.
I'm going to use the, um, come in with Trudeau, with seven, then I'll do JCN, and then I'll go to Greg.
Trudeau, come in with Trudeau.
Yeah, Trudeau, cut seven.
Yeah.
As a nice segue to JCN.
And then Patriot Mobile.
And then Patriot Mobile.
Okay, great.
Oh, you've got to remind me.
I always forget.
I want to do extra Freedom Squares, especially in the third hour.
You don't have a recorded one.
You can slow it.
I definitely have something recorded from Freedom Square.
I don't know if it's what you want, but I'm sure it'll...
I don't know if it's what you want.
I don't know if it's what you want.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
Regardless of the fact that we are attacking your fundamental rights or limiting your fundamental rights, and the Charter says that's wrong, we're still going to go ahead and do it.
It's basically a loophole that allows a majority to override fundamental rights of a minority.
I guess, as Mr. G said today, Justin Trudeau, the Premier of Canada, doesn't know what the word fundamental means.
You can't undermine a fundamental right with a loophole.
Is that what's going to happen here in America?
Well, we see it happening in DC, the nation's capital, and an emergency has been declared with vaccine passports, you name it.
Guys, we've got to step up.
We've got to especially help the small businesses.
There is one organization doing so.
It's the Job Creators Network that represents The companies that employ more than 60 million Americans.
If you work for a small company, if you own a small company, or if you're fed up with these unconstitutional mandates, please go to their new website, BlockTheMandate.com right now.
They are fighting the mandate, the Biden administration in the courts.
Let's show them some love.
BlockTheMandate.com.
We are back with Greg Jarrett.
Follow him at Greg Jarrett on Twitter, author of The Witch Hunt and The Russia Hoax Tomes.
Greg, is this the only A resort we have?
Are we going to have to fight this tooth and nail in the courts?
Yeah, I think so.
And I think it's inevitable that it'll reach the United States Supreme Court.
The Fifth Circuit knocked down Biden's mandate.
The Sixth Circuit upheld it.
And now Kavanaugh has given Biden, you know, to the end of the month to come up with some sort of a response, a justification.
But the law is pretty clear that while states may mandate vaccines, and they do, of course, certainly for children going to school, the federal government is not empowered to do so.
That is a power reserved to the states under their police authority.
And two U.S.
Supreme Court decisions, including a third reiteration Said the federal government doesn't have this power.
Biden knows that.
So he tried to delegate it to OSHA, which stretched its authority, like Gumby, beyond...
Recognition.
And so, if it gets to the Supreme Court, I think it will, it'll be knocked down.
Yeah, there is no federal police authority to mandate vaccines, it is clear, even to someone like me who is not a lawyer.
Talking of abusing powers, or powers that don't exist, your reaction, I sent you this story of my receipt of a subpoena via Verizon for my phone records because I didn't speak on January the 6th.
What has this got to do with investigations of legislative matters, as is the constitutional requirement of such committees, Greg?
Zero.
You thought about giving a speech so the thought police are now in full force going after anybody with an R after their name.
So eventually they'll try to go after the 74 million Americans that voted for Donald Trump.
Legislative committee, select committee, is illegitimate, and it was from the very beginning.
It is in direct violation of how select committees are duly constituted.
First of all, it has to be bipartisan.
This is not.
Pelosi selected all of the individuals.
Second of all, all subpoenas have to be co-approved by the ranking member.
There is no ranking member on this committee.
And finally, executive privilege does cover counsel and advice that any president seeks from people within and outside their administration, such as you, who had previously served but had left the administration.
The perfect example is Vernon Jordan, who advised multiple presidents.
He was a private citizen, just as you are.
And it was clear, according to history and precedent, that his conversations are covered by executive privilege.
So are yours.
I have to ask in the last 30 seconds, since you're not just a legal mind, you are a political analyst as well.
Isn't this an own goal?
Won't this backfire?
Won't people realize you aren't political, that this is just a witch hunt, Greg?
Yeah.
I mean, look, Nancy Pelosi is behind this.
She has led the Democratic Party to the political precipice and into the abyss.
She is destroying the Democratic Party.
Her stupidity is really quite shocking.
Look at the way she handled the Build Back Better debacle.
And just about everything else.
She's finished.
She's the only one who doesn't know it.
You know, I think it's pretty apparent To most Democrats, as well as the Republicans, that there's going to be a change in leadership and a change in control of the House one year from now.
Well, it can't happen soon enough.
It is a witch hunt, which is a good name for a book, and he wrote it, along with the Russia hoax.

Let's stay in geopolitical geographic mode.
Let's talk about the threat to America that is the only peer competitor we face with the man we trust the most.
He is, of course, Gordon G Chang, the author of, most recently, The Great US-China Tech War.
Gordon, welcome back to America First.
Well, thank you so much, Seb, and Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.
What a wonderful thing.
It just makes you feel good to say that.
OK, now I'm going to ruin the mood completely, because I've got a bite, a sound bite, from the cackler from Kamala Harris, who has a very strange take on the China virus, on COVID-19.
Surprised, I think, everybody.
Play cut eight.
Is it the fault of the unvaccinated?
I don't think this is a moment to talk about fault.
It is no one's fault that this virus hit our shores or hit the world.
Gordon, nobody's fault?
Well, it's certainly China's fault.
There's two things, first of all.
We focus on the origin of the disease.
We don't know 100%, but like 95%, this looks like the product of a biological weapons program conducted in China, including at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
But Seb, there's something that we know 100%.
And that is, once this disease got out in China, The Chinese regime took steps to make sure that it was spread beyond China's borders.
For weeks, they lied about contagiousness.
Let's stop there, because people may have missed this detail or forgotten it.
They knew there had been an outbreak, whatever the cause, accidental, deliberate, or bats at the stir-fry market, but They seeded the world with their citizens.
They allowed international travel.
That's what you're talking about, correct?
Correct.
The Chinese leadership knew no later than the second week of December that they had a highly contagious disease.
They may have known earlier, if you believe a Harvard Medical School study, which posts this back to about August.
But whatever it is, For at least five weeks, they knew that this was a highly contagious disease, but they went out of the way to tell the world it was not contagious.
This is not just being silenced, which would have been a violation of their international health regulations obligations.
They actually affirmatively went out and lied about this.
And then, as you point out, while they were locking down their own country, Lockdowns are controversial, but by locking down their own country, they were saying to the world, we think this is a way to stop the disease.
So while locking down their own country, they were forcing other countries to accept rivals from China without travel restrictions and quarantines.
There was a lot of pressure that Xi Jinping and others put on the United States and others.
And that's how this became a pandemic.
This was going to be a disease that was located and contained to the central part of China.
They made this a global pandemic.
So each of those 5.3 million deaths, Seb, each of those are a murder.
And your reaction, Gordon, to two things.
Number one, that we aped their policies.
That we locked down healthy people copying a communist dictatorship, number one.
And that secondly, to this day, Gordon, there's no committee, select or otherwise, investigating the outbreak on Capitol Hill.
Well, that's right.
You know, on August 27th, President Biden released his summary of the findings of the intelligence community on origins.
And when he released that, Biden said that he was not going to rest until he got to the bottom of this.
But we know that, for instance, in his virtual summit with Xi Jinping last month, Biden didn't raise this.
He didn't raise it in his two hour phone call in February of this year.
In all probability, he did not raise it during his 90 minute phone call in September.
You know, for somebody who says he's not going to rest, he's been doing a lot of resting on something which has now killed about actually more than 806,000 Americans.
Eight hundred and six thousand Americans.
806,000 Americans. - Yeah.
I know you're super busy, man.
Your analysis is sought after every single day.
Can you stay on for one more short segment, Gordon?
Of course.
In the last minute we have with you in this segment, is it possible for us outside of a dictatorship to ever get to the root cause of this outbreak?
Well, yes, we can.
I mean, the president of the United States, that guy named Joe Biden, can actually start cutting relations with Beijing.
And by the way, we need to do that because Chinese researchers are working on civilization killer pathogens.
And we've got to deter China from spreading them again, because right now, Biden is not imposing any costs on China for killing more than 806,000 Americans.
And maybe that lack of any recompense or any punishment of any variety has something to do with a member of the Biden clan who got more than a billion dollars from the National Bank of Communist China for a deal for which he was Not ill-qualified.
Utterly unqualified.
That's Hunter Biden.
We will continue our discussion with the author of The Great US-China Tech War.

Mic's back on, by the way.
Yes, good.
Are you staying put for Christmas?
What are your plans?
We're staying put for Christmas, and then right afterwards, we're going up to Toronto to see Lydia's parents.
Oh, fabulous.
When you ever are in the swamp next, we've got to have you in the studio for a longer chat.
I would love to do that, Seb.
I would love to do that.
I love seeing your tweets about fighting communism.
You're like this perpetual motion machine that never gives up.
Yeah, we never give up.
We're not smart enough to give up.
That's how you win.
That's how you win.
Yeah.
No, there's a lot going on right now.
Much too much news, which is always bad news when China produces all of these developments.
I'm going to ask you, we just have three minutes at the end of this hour, so it's just, I'm going to ask you one question on Taiwan.
Okay, great.
You said you want to show all of us on camera wearing our branded hats?
Well, as much as you can, I mean, because, can you show, I know you can show John, can you show... Yeah, I can show a camera of just me and Geoff, I can zoom it out, and I'm like, uh... Let me show you how this is going to work.
Through glass.
I might have to wear this.
Oh, look!
You can't see his face.
That's really cool.
It's just a hat.
I might wear this to the gym tonight and see if I can look.
Yes!
Actually, come in like that.
Come in with the zoom out on me so you can see.
Stop.
Zoom out.
Zoom out.
No.
Yeah.
Move the camera.
Pan back a bit so you guys are more perfect.
Good.
And then I'm going to ask you to show John.
I love it.
All right.
You got it.
I told you guys I'd make you famous.
Stick with me.
I'll make you infamous.
I think this will be the first time either Geoff or John will be on camera on the radio.
No, John's been.
John has?
We've shown him once before.
When you're away, I do it.
Oh, that's right.
Yeah, when he's running away.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
All right.

We are back.
We're going to be serious now.
We are back with Gordon G Chang, the author of The Great US-China Tech War.
I'm going to ask you one question in the last couple of minutes we've got left.
A very sober individual on our show last week who's been studying China for decades said, that's it.
Taiwan is lost.
The fact of China's invasion is a when, not an if.
Your response?
Well, I think it probably is a when not an if.
Wow.
But that when can be a little bit later.
But I don't think Taiwan is lost because I don't believe that China can take it for a number of reasons.
First of all.
Japan has made it very clear that they will support Taiwan.
And they've got to, because remember, they're part of the same island chain.
And for China to be successful in an invasion of Taiwan, they got to establish a blockade.
That blockade is going to include sovereign Japanese territory.
Japan will fight.
That means we have to fight.
So, yeah, it's probably a win.
But the point is, I don't think China is going to win.
And what should, if Donald Trump were the president, what should he be doing now with regards to Taiwan?
I think the President of the United States needs to get in the Oval Office, behind a television camera, and say, we will defend Taiwan, we will offer Taipei a mutual defense treaty.
If we do that, China will not invade, because they do not want to take us on.
Even if they think they can win, and they probably think they can, they're not going to want to fight for it.
So Biden says that, there is no war.
Yeah, they want to win by default, and that's exactly what Biden is giving them, especially after that disgraceful Anchorage summit.
Follow this man, Gordon G Chang.
Check out his book, The Great U.S.-China Tech War.
I'm wishing you and your bride a very, very Merry Christmas.
Next, the former Attorney General of Kansas, Phil Kline.
What happened last November?
What can we do about it?
You don't want to miss a thing.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
This is America First.
Thank you.
You have some of these states sending them out, like Nevada, where they don't even have to check the signatures, so anybody can sign it.
New Jersey just sent it out, where the governor, as I understand it, just signed an executive order.
Didn't even go through the legislature to get it done.
And nobody's ever heard of anything like this.
So they're going to be sending out 51 million ballots to people.
They have no idea why it's coming, who it's going to.
Unfortunately, they may have a very good idea, the people sending them.
They may send them to all Democrat areas, not to Republican areas, as an example.
Could be the other way too, but I doubt it.
So it's a very, it's a very serious problem.
And you know, the other thing, a lot of times you don't even have to send it back until after the election.
So on November 3rd, the evening, like we're used to sitting home and hearing Trump won the election.
What a great thing.
Truly, truly prophetic.
My former boss from last August saying what in a Fox News interview.
If you mail out tens of millions of ballots, not to those who requested them or who are incapacitated or who are traveling overseas.
No, just mail them out.
It is a recipe for wide scale fraud.
Is that all it took?
How bad was the actual fraud?
What can we do about it?
Let's talk to somebody who's been the tip of the spear since the last election, finding out the truth and helping to prevent that fraud again.
Former Kansas Attorney General, he is the head of the Armistad Project, professor at Liberty University.
You can follow his work at the American Voters Alliance.
Phil Klein, welcome back to America First One-on-One.
It's great to be with you, Sebastian.
Phil, we have so much to discuss.
It's So many things are distracting us from the real story of last November, whether it's Omicron, whether it's the open border, whether it's the disastrous foreign policy of this administration.
I'm going to try and get to as many of them in this one-on-one with you.
But for those who haven't heard your interviews with us before, we're now broadcasting to millions of listeners across the nation, as well as our video feed.
Would you tell us a little bit about Phil Kline, the man, your prior history, how you rose to that high, high position in Kansas, and talk to us about what you're doing today in the Army Star Project.
Well, I was a state legislator for a while in Kansas, and I was practicing law privately, and eventually ran for Kansas Attorney General, was elected.
In that position, I came into conflict with some of the same people, organizations, and billionaires that President Trump came into conflict with.
Now, this was back in 2002 through 2006.
I've been engaged in trench nuclear warfare with the left in New Jersey culture ever since.
It is an assault upon American values and on individual freedom.
There is a dramatic effort to force cultural hegemony, to have government solve all problems, to have jurisdiction over every aspect of our lives, including what we think and what we say, and you see that now with the assault upon speech.
I started teaching at Liberty University School of Law and also launched the Amistad Project, which is engaged in protecting human life, innocent human life, the vulnerable, All of our Bill of Rights, freedoms, and also promoting election integrity and inclusion.
I'm married.
Deborah is a chaplain.
And we have a daughter, Jacqueline, who runs the American Voters Alliance.
And it's been a pleasure and an honor to engage in these issues and work with you, Sebastian.
Well, God bless you for what you're doing every single day.
You have to get on top of the mountain and blow that trumpet to make people wake up.
It's not a political issue.
It's to do with the integrity of our election and our constitution.
Tell us, I'm curious, in the beginning, when you were a politician in Kansas, then rose to AG, what was your biggest crime?
What was your biggest sin?
When did the liberals say, ah, this guy is a threat to our plans?
What was it that really, really infuriated them, Phil?
I'm the only prosecutor in United States history to obtain Planned Parenthood records pursuant to subpoena.
And those records demonstrated criminal conduct.
And it was my review of those records and then proceeding to charge Planned Parenthood with 125 crimes, including multiple felonies and failure to report child rape, that brought the angst of the left against me.
I think that'll do it.
You take on the mass murderers, the Sanger eugenicists of Planned Parenthood who've taken tens of millions of innocent lives.
You'll get the crosshairs on your chest politically from the left and the extreme left.
God bless you Phil for doing what you do.
Everybody please follow this man right now at Phil D. Kline.
Phil with two L's.
Phil D. Kline on Twitter.
Phil, let's go to the cut, the little recording we played at the top of this show.
When it comes to last year's election, so many shenanigans, outright fraud, unconstitutional acts from secretaries of state, from governors, but is it feasible?
Is it correct to say that perhaps the biggest issue The biggest enticement to fraud, the biggest incentive for fraud, was this historic decision to just mail out tens of millions of ballots to people who didn't even request them.
Was that the biggest problem?
No, I don't believe it was, Sebastian.
Although the president, President Trump, was prophetic in his statement, that was part of the design of a plan of non-profits and leftist leaders to turn Election offices, government offices in the partisan campaign turnout centers for President Biden, investing more than $1.7 billion of direct monies or services to those offices and dictating how they manage the election.
That's what I think helped swing the election for Biden.
If not, it was the definitive difference between Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump.
And we're still learning more as we continue our investigations about how these private interests ran the election.
Essentially, in 2020, we had billionaires in the counting room, and America was kicked out.
And that was the primary problem.
It was a hack from within, and the billionaires helped fund it.
Hacked from within.
I think that's going to be the title of this one-on-one.
Phil, as a non-lawyer, let me ask the naive question, which kind of seems absurd as I'm asking it.
How is it legal, or why is it not illegal, to have private monies privatize federal elections in America?
Well, we believe it is.
And it violates those laws which say that you cannot give monies to an election office with the intent of persuading or altering the election.
And every state has some form of that law.
Now the challenge to it is proving intent.
You have to really investigate, get people under oath, get their admissions through documents and so forth to show that their intent was to benefit one candidate over the other.
Because they claim That they were just doing it to protect the citizens and voters from COVID.
Well, let me take you to Wisconsin, for example, where tens of millions of dollars flowed from these private interests.
Only 2% were spent on safety.
The rest was all about voter education and turnout and targeting voters.
We actually have emails now through our investigation.
That show they're using sophisticated targeting techniques to determine where people are going to go to try to help them complete their ballot.
So in other words, they're targeting people predicting that they will vote Democrat in order to get their ballots.
Government can't do that.
And we believe we're coming close to being able to prove intent.
Now, if you don't have intent, then most laws, state laws, are deficient.
Because this has never been contemplated.
We never thought somebody would be so brazen as to ping poor government election judges, the ones who determine what ballots to count, to pay their salaries and tell them how to do it with private money.
But that's what happened.
You know, we can't have elections brought to you by Pepsi, or by the Koch brothers, or the NRA, or Mark Zuckerberg, or George Soros.
Government must have a level playing field.
So we do need reforms that prohibit, just flat out prohibit, private money in the elections to supplant or supplement our criminal laws that say you can't essentially bribe an election official, which is what we believe happened.
The intent was to go in there, we believe, and we have circumstantial evidence, was to go in there and turn those in-game election offices into polling centers for Biden.
We're going to break down all of the things that were done with what Claudia Tenney, Congresswoman Tenney of New York, has called the Zucker Bucks, the almost half a billion dollars worth of private funding that went into the last election.
We're talking to Phil Klein.
He is the director of the Army Star Project, former Attorney General of Kansas.

Thank you to all of you who have done so much in the last few days of our Angel Tree Campaign for the Prison Fellowship.
If you haven't given already, if you'd like to give a little bit more, this is your chance.
We have over a million children in the United States who will have a bleaker Christmas because their mother or father is incarcerated.
But you can help spread a little bit of sunshine Help them feel a little bit more loved with a $25 donation that gets them a Christmas gift on behalf of their imprisoned mother or father.
A message of love from that parent and the gospel.
Make a difference.
It is one of the most blessed things you can do.
Just listen to Joseph, one of the recipients of your care and love this Christmas.
I will write to my dad about what happened and one Christmas gift I got from Angel Tree was a drawing pad.
That was my favorite I got.
I also got paint and colored pencils.
I knew he knew what I wanted and he got the right thing.
My name's Joseph and I love Angel Tree.
We do too, and it's because of you and the difference you make.
More than 70% of these children will end up incarcerated themselves.
They are vulnerable.
Let's break that cycle.
Give as much as you can today.
It is a blessed, blessed thing.
Go to SebGorker.com and click on the Angel Tree banner at the top.
$25 for one child, but give as much as you can.
Because if you do, you literally could be saving a life.

We are back with the director of the Army Star Project, also a professor at Liberty University, former Attorney General for the great state of Kansas, talking about election fraud and what we can do about it.
Let's continue.
Will you walk us through, we've talked about the dumping of almost half a billion dollars by just one Democrat Mark Zuckerberg to privatize elections.
Can you go through some of the concrete things?
We hear about these drop boxes.
We hear about the actual physical things that were done.
Can you just give us concrete instances of just what they did last year?
Yeah.
Well, for example, the Zuckerberg money flowed through with other billionaire money.
You have to realize Zuckerberg's only a small part of this.
small in the context of the breadth of the effort.
Can I just stop here and reiterate what he just said?
One man, $400 million, is just a small part of what the Democrats did.
One man, $400 million.
Sorry, carry on, Phil.
Yeah, and that is actually $469 million, and it's more than the federal government spent on the election from that one man.
But let's go to Philadelphia.
And the money flowed into Philadelphia.
There was over $10 million given to Philadelphia, a loan of Zuckerberg money flowing through this sleepy little nonprofit called the Center for Tech and Civic Life run by a former Obama fellow.
And that money went into Philadelphia with the dictate.
They said, you must do these things or we're going to take our money back.
You have to increase the number of polling places in Philadelphia from 190 to over 800.
Now, This is a county that goes Democrat every election, 85-15.
And actually, President Trump performed better in Philadelphia than Republicans in the past, as he did in most urban poor centers.
They also used that money to do ballot harvesting, which was illegal, but they justified it under a COVID emergency order saying it was unsafe for people.
But who, when you say they justified it, who in Pennsylvania put their name on that illegal order that now ballot harvesting, collecting ballots, is okay?
It was a combination in different states.
I believe it was either the Department of State in Philadelphia or Governor Wolf.
And by the way, we are before the United States Supreme Court on Governor Wolf's emergency orders.
We successfully got them struck down at the district court, and that's being appealed out.
So they did several things.
And continuing on this example of Pennsylvania.
But similar things happened in Wisconsin, Michigan, in all the swing states, Georgia, and so forth.
But in Pennsylvania, so $10 million to Philadelphia.
At the same time, the state is shutting down in-person polling places, claiming COVID is a danger.
Philadelphia is expanding their in-person polling places in Democrat strongholds.
Moreover, let's go to Delaware County, Pennsylvania, just nestled up against Philadelphia.
It is another Democrat stronghold.
There was one Zuckerbox for every four square miles.
That's two miles by two miles square.
So you had ballot harvesters, and you had Zuckerboxes at the end of the block, and you had all of these new polling places with Zuckerberg dollars.
It's called satellite polling places.
One Zuckerbox every four square miles.
In the 59 counties that President Trump won in 2016 against Hillary Clinton, There was one Zuckerbox for every 1,159 square miles.
One every four square miles.
One every 1,159 square miles.
One Zuckerbox in the Democrat strongholds for every 4,000 voters.
One Zuckerbox in Republican areas for every 70,000.
And here, and you are the expert Phil, just correct me if I'm getting it wrong or missing something, the primary issues are number one, private funds being used to run elections, and number two, that even if they're not faking ballots, The equality in front of the law means that you can't have easier access to voting in Democrat districts.
If you're going to put a box, can't be privately funded, but if you're going to put a box in a Democrat district, you've got to put one with the same density in a Republican one.
Am I right?
Yes.
You know, targeting a demographic to turn out to vote is the opposite side of the same coin.
as targeting a demographic to suppress the vote.
Both tactics are used when government puts their, wrongfully, puts their thumb on the scale.
You go back into Jim Crow era and go back into Reconstruction in this nation.
What happened in the Deep South, and it was the Democrat Party at the time, that they targeted a certain demographic to suppress the vote.
Black Americans.
And they targeted a specific demographic to turn out the vote, white Americans.
The tactic here is the same, but instead the demographic is different.
They're targeting political affiliation based on geography.
And our investigation reveals, and we've got the emails flying back and forth, they were even more sophisticated than that.
They were using what's called metadata or geofencing.
As you know, as you walk around with your phone, your apps are reporting everything that you do.
What you purchase, where you're spending money, where you are located physically.
That data is then used to predict your behavior.
That's why you get specific ads on your phone.
They created a coalition with organized labor, with sophisticated data firms, with Facebook That is not what a government official is permitted to do.
Please support this organization, AmericanVotersAlliance.org.
Biden voters and then sent government officials to make sure that they turned out.
Now, that is what a campaign does.
Right.
That is not what a government official is permitted to do.

Phil, let me, you've given us all the examples, the proof, the Zuckerbergs and everything else, what I call the privatization of our election.
Let's stop for a second and let me ask, you know, the thing that I need an answer to, who's responsible for this happening on our side or for allowing it to happen?
You know, that footage we have of people in Philadelphia saying, let us in, let us in!
And the police officers saying to the GOP poll workers, well, you're not allowed to come in because the mayor said so.
And then trying to get a court order and the court refusing it.
So an election has multiple actors.
In America, we have two parties.
Was the GOP just asleep for the whole year under COVID?
What happened to the RNC?
Where does the responsibility for all of this lie in terms of not stopping it, Phil?
Well, there are long-term impacts and long-term failures in the Republican Party that have allowed this to develop.
For example, The Republican Party, just like the Democratic Party, tends to nationalize all issues.
You have members in Congress who believe that their role is to get on Fox News and get on national networks to become relevant in debates.
And so they make every issue a national issue.
And that hurts Republicanism and individual liberty.
You know, we win when things are local.
And when we focus on individual liberty, and we failed to do that, we have a lot of elected officials who believe their role is to solve any concern of any citizen.
I do not know, Sebastian, or I cannot recall, and I don't believe it's ever happened, where I have heard a congressman who was asked an issue by somebody, what are you going to do about this?
Who said, you know, that's not my job.
That's yours.
That's your job in exercising freedom with responsibility.
So we've got an underlying problem with our leadership nationally, who really believes it's all about poll numbers and addressing what the media says are the dominant concerns, rather than making a substantive difference in policy.
Now that's a broad picture.
Let me get into elections specifically.
Republicans supported this transfer of elections from transparency, where, you know, we had Back in Bush v. Gore, we had actual ballots that we could look at.
And we might disagree on the punch card technology.
We might say, you know, that name, Chad, really shouldn't be counted as a vote, or it should be counted as a vote.
But all of us could see it, understand it, and have an opinion.
Right, because there's a physical paper ballot.
Absolutely.
And all of us understand every ballot must be treated equally.
In other words, if a hanging chad counts as a vote in Miami-Dade County, a hanging chad must count as a vote in Tallahassee.
But since that, Republicans supported what they called moving everything to the digital age, bringing everything up to speed, and now we've got these boxes that count our votes.
Those machine vendors are about eight companies nationwide that have about 90% of the market.
And those companies do not allow us to see inside the box.
And America can't understand if the box is working or not.
And therefore, we're relying upon 20 experts, nationwide or worldwide, and they can't agree!
They can't agree.
So we've lost all transparency in the election.
You and I cannot have eyes on to know whether the election was run properly.
Elections aren't that complex.
It's marking a vote and then counting the marks.
We have made it so complex.
And I'll tell you what, by every standard, any certification standard, I'm not saying that there were any hacks.
I'm talking about ballot chain of custody.
I'm talking about maintaining the integrity of access to the machines.
I'm talking about testing.
I'm talking about Zuckerbox ballots being delivered to the counting center.
The inclusion of interim counting centers for the first time, the exclusion of party watchers from counting centers for the first time, all of those things show that this election was run improperly, unlawfully, and in a manner that could not be certified wherever this private money touched.
That is a concern.
And now we're in a fight.
Right now, Amistad has a case in Fulton County, Georgia.
where the Pennsylvania legislature has requested access to one of the machines to image it to see if it operated properly.
Now, honestly, that should be able to happen after every election.
You do not start any computer forensic investigation without first looking at the computer logs.
And, Sebastian, the contracts that these election officials have with the private vendors do not allow us access to the computer logs.
Incredible.
And now, Donald Trump is being sued because it wants to offer such information to the legislature, which under the Constitution has the responsibility.
is being sued because it wants to offer such information to the legislature, which under the Constitution has the responsibility.
We'll look at this.
We'll be right back.
And now, Donald Trump is a very good source of information.
And now, Donald Trump is a very good source of information.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.

So the big question, Phil, is how do we fix it?
You've mentioned this court case you're fighting.
Is the best way to fix all of this court case after court case after court case?
Or can we make state legislatures actually do their constitutional duty when it comes to elections?
Well, it's three things.
It is litigation.
And it is investigation.
Fully understanding what they do, which is difficult, by the way, helps define the remedy, and also will engage the court in drawing some lines, and that needs to continue.
But you're right, Sebastian.
State legislators can take back the power, and they must.
And they must do it not in a stopgap measure.
There are structural reforms that must happen.
We are proposing, and the American Voters Alliance is working on this, on model legislation, but chief among them is the creation of a legislative standing committee.
By standing committee, in other words, it can meet at any time all year.
It is bipartisan with equal number of party members of both sides on the committee.
They would have investigative power, including subpoena power.
They have a charge and responsibility to review the election, to determine whether it was conducted lawfully, and if not, where was it unlawful, what was the impact, and whether the election should be certified and issue a report to the legislature as a whole which must vote on certification.
Additionally, it will have the ability to enjoin election officials who are acting in a manner before the election that is contrary to law.
You see, that's one of the challenges that we have.
We saw substantially Irregularities and violations of the law under COVID emergency orders and the use of these private monies.
And we sue.
But courts are reluctant to get involved unless you have suffered a concrete harm.
And this is the catch-22.
The harm doesn't occur until after the election.
Right.
You can't determine it.
But therefore, you can't stop the action before the election.
This would allow the legislature, which has the responsibility, we're putting the responsibility on them, because they have the authority.
You have bad government whenever you separate responsibility from authority.
And that's what we've done.
The responsibility is the legislature, but the authority in current law is with the local election official.
You need to team that up.
Accountability.
It's the same thing we're seeing with COVID.
The authority, apparently, is with Dr. Fauci.
But who voted for him?
Nobody.
That's bad government.
That's bad government.
And it violates basic Republican principles of government.
Let me ask two technical questions that still haunt us.
How much of all of this, you said you've got to have the legislators do their job, you've got to have the litigation.
What about fatally flawed voter rolls and the inability to clean them up?
And secondly, as an immigrant to this country, the thing that boggles my mind, the lack of voter identification.
There's a billion people in India.
They have voter ID mandated.
Mexico to the south, which I would say is probably not as secure a nation as America was, also has voter IDs.
So how much of the bigger problem are questionable voter rolls and the lack of voter ID verification?
Well, voter rolls are a serious problem.
And the Help America Vote Act and laws relating to it do allow the addressing of that issue.
And in fact, there are nonprofits that have been engaged for some time in sending warning letters to attorneys general or secretaries of state saying your voting rolls are deficient.
You, for example, have more registered voters in a county than the people alive that are eligible to vote.
So you've got to clean it up or we're going to sue you.
And so there is a manner.
Now, legislators need to to take a more active role on those voting rolls to make sure that they are cleaned up.
And some form of identification is important.
Now, I will add this as it relates to this question, and this is something that is not known again about what happened in 2020.
And that is what the left did, is they created unique access to voter registration, electronic access from leftist groups To be able to enter voter registrations.
And it was access that conservative groups did not have.
So left-wing organizations could register voters whilst conservatives couldn't?
And they did it electronically.
That's the concern.
You know, the League of Women Voters has done voter registration drives for decades.
But the way that that works is they had you fill out a piece of paper.
Right, you know, you see the table outside the grocery store, register to vote, blah, blah, blah.
They have to fill out a form and then those have to be sent in, correct?
They have to be taken to the elections clerk, which is the validator of that registration.
The election clerk can do their job for a couple of reasons.
One, they have a geography, a county, that they know.
So if they get 50 registered voters at a vacant lot, they know it, and they do something about it.
Also, they have an easily audible, they're subject to FOIA, open records, and review, and you can audit what they put in there.
If they have political accountability, you can fire them if they don't do their job.
So this was the way we validated Proper registration.
ID, and you go through the clerk.
But now what they did is they created electronic access.
In Michigan, greater access than the clerks have to the electronic database to directly enter voters.
They did that in Pennsylvania.
They did it similarly in Wisconsin.
And this access was given to leftist, and I would say partisan organizations, Groups tied with people and organizations that despised President Trump, and that were overtly partisan, and the same access was not given to conservative organizations.
In fact, in Pennsylvania, it was given to the Wolf for Governor campaign.
I want everybody right now to go to this man's webpage AmericanVoterAlliance.org.

Phil, I could continue this for hours.
Last minute or two we have with you.
Let me Let me just ask you to tell our millions of listeners across the country, wherever they are, what their role is in all of this.
Do you need to be a former Attorney General of one of America's states to make a difference and help clean up election fraud in America?
No, not at all.
And in fact, go to AmericanVotersAlliance.org.
They're creating education manuals for grassroots organization and also help to support and establish local state voters alliances.
You've got the Election Integrity Fund in Michigan.
You've got the Wisconsin Voters Alliance, Pennsylvania Voters Alliance.
I mean, we are in contact with people across the nation, and that website will help guide you in how you can become involved and how you can make a difference.
It's all about managing elections consistent with what the U.S.
government requires of foreign elections when we monitor them.
That is transparency, accountability, and inclusion.
We need to include people, we need to be transparent, and government officials need to be accountable for how they manage the election.
And Phil, it is fixable, is it not?
Absolutely it is.
These state laws, and we will be announcing our model laws next year, after the first of the year in a few weeks here, They will prevent what happened in 2020 from happening again.
Right now, we haven't passed legislation to do that.
There are a lot of claims that election reform has been passed.
It hasn't.
There have been hodgepodge efforts, some successes, many failures, who are masked as successes.
So, you need to get educated and get engaged, and I encourage you to visit that website.
