This is America First with Sebastian Gorka and I'm very proud to introduce our guest host for today, Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. This is Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
So glad to be with you on what I'm calling a Merry Monday.
We are in Christmas week.
Hopefully you are ready.
To go and you've got all those gifts purchased with that Bidenflation.
Maybe you're traveling is well underway.
I'm Jennifer Horn in from AM 870 and AM 590 The Answer in Los Angeles.
I host The Morning Answer along with Grant Stinchfield from 6 to 9 a.m.
Pacific Time.
And of course, I'm here most Wednesdays doing the California update with Dr. G and so happy to be here for the full three hours with all of you.
And boy, speaking of Christmas, It was a Christmas gift for Joe Biden this weekend.
Well, maybe a Christmas gift for the whole country this weekend, and maybe some coal for President Joe Biden.
And that is a shot, a shoot, all the way from West Virginia, shooting down the Build Back Better bill.
There were a lot of questions about will he or won't he.
Well, now we know that Senator Joe Manchin from West Virginia is a no on the bill.
And the bill is effectively dead, at least for now.
If you missed it over the weekend on Fox News Sunday, Senator Joe Manchin with Brett Baier.
Well, Brett, you know, this is a mammoth piece of legislation.
And I had my reservations from the beginning when I heard about it five and a half months ago.
And I've been working diligently every day and every minute of every day.
I've been Working on this, meeting with, whether it be the President, President Biden, whether it be Majority Leader Schumer and his staff, whether it be with Nancy Pelosi, all of my colleagues, I mean, from all different spectrums of the political spectrum, if you will, from the right to the left.
I've done everything humanly possible.
He says he's done everything humanly possible.
He has tried to make arrangements with Democrats, but they just couldn't get to an agreeable place.
And this weekend, I think it was a surprise for Democrats and for the president when they heard Senator Manchin go through the three reasons why he couldn't vote for this bill.
I still have these concerns, and where I'm at right now, the inflation that I was concerned about, it's not transitory, it's real, it's harming every West Virginian.
It's making it almost difficult for them to continue to go to their jobs, the cost of gasoline, the cost of groceries, the cost of utility bills, all of these things are hitting in every aspect of their life.
And you start looking and then you have the debt that we're carrying at $29 trillion.
You have also the geopolitical unrest that we have.
You have the COVID variant.
And that is wreaking havoc again.
People are concerned.
I've been with my family.
I know everyone's concerned.
I've always said this, Brett.
If I can't go home and explain it to the people of West Virginia, I can't vote for it.
And I cannot vote to continue with this piece of legislation.
I just can't.
I've tried everything humanly possible.
I can't get there.
You're done.
This is a no.
This is a no on this legislation.
I have tried everything I know to do.
Is this a Christmas gift for America from Senator Joe Manchin and from all of those people, the people of West Virginia who pressured the senator to let them know that this wasn't the right move for their state, for this country?
833-33-GORKA.
You can always join us in conversation.
833-33-GORKA.
Joe Manchin went through a couple of reasons why he didn't vote for this bill.
Of course, he went through inflation.
That's up.
It's real.
You're paying for it at the gas pump.
You're noticing inflation in the grocery store.
If you've tried to buy furniture, if you're taking a trip, costs are up everywhere you look across the board.
He also talked about the geopolitical unrest.
And this is a real shot to Joe Biden because the geopolitical unrest means the problems and uncertainty with China, with Russia, with Iran, the foreign policy of the Biden administration that is not working.
And then, of course, COVID, which is what the Biden administration or President Biden himself ran on during the election against Donald Trump.
They said they could fix everything, that COVID would go away under their responsible leadership, that they would be the adults in the room.
And they're obviously failing on all three of these issues, the economy, foreign policy, and of course, COVID.
These three issues laid out by Joe Manchin are real failures of the Biden administration that they're going to have to deal with moving into the next year, a midterm year.
And will they be able to turn things around for themselves?
Is this going to be a pretty easy election for Republicans?
833-33-GORKA.
You can join us anytime in conversation.
So what happens next?
Obviously, the outrage has been pretty prolific in Washington, D.C.
You've seen members of the Squad.
You've seen Bernie Sanders.
You've seen the White House themselves respond to Joe Manchin, who, by the way, isn't the only one who is not supportive of this Build Back Better bill.
The truth is that you have Kirsten Sinema in Arizona who has not been very clear that she would support this bill.
John Tester in a very red state, probably pretty relieved today that Joe Manchin took the brunt of this.
Because Kirsten said she's facing re-election.
She's got an election to go into next year.
She cannot be the face of this if she wants to be worried about her political health.
So Joe Manchin goes in, kind of takes the brunt.
But the response has been so big that reports are Joe Manchin has become so furious at the White House and at Democrats in his own party, he's thinking about becoming an independent.
That's what Breitbart is reporting today as we speak and do this show together.
They say that he is looking at becoming an independent and leaving the Democrat Party because the White House Flipped out.
Jen Psaki said that he was basically a turncoat, that he had been invited to President Biden's house in Delaware.
One of the only senators, except for Chuck Schumer, who went to Biden's house, not the White House, but went to his house.
And they say that Joe Manchin made promises that he ultimately did not deliver on to Democrats.
The Squad.
Ilhan Omar.
AOC.
They all were coerced into voting for the infrastructure bill, which they wanted to bundle together with this Build Back Better wish list that the liberal branch of the Democrat Party wanted to see passed.
And now they got bitten for doing just that.
Bernie Sanders was on the Sunday shows this weekend.
He was ready to go, came out fighting against Senator Manchin.
I think he's going to have a lot of explaining to do to the people of West Virginia.
To tell them why he doesn't have the guts to take on the drug companies and lower the cost of prescription drugs.
Why he is not prepared to expand home health care.
West Virginia is one of the poorest states in this country.
You got elderly people and disabled people.
Who would like to stay at home or forced into nursing homes?
He's going to have to tell the people of West Virginia why he doesn't want to expand Medicare to cover dental, hearing, and eyeglasses?
I've been to West Virginia a number of times, and it's a great state, beautiful people, but it is a state that is struggling.
And he's going to have to tell the people of West Virginia why he's rejecting what the scientists of the world are telling us.
I always love this.
Whenever you do something to tick off the left, you're always obviously flying in the face of science.
It's amazing.
You hear it on COVID, you hear it now with inflation.
Look, the people of West Virginia would be so adversely affected by this Build Back Better bill that they had no choice but to speak out and tell Joe Manchin That they didn't want this, that they weren't supportive of this.
Joe Manchin would have done whatever the Democrats wanted him to do, but he represents a red state and he's listening to his constituents.
So what happens next?
Well, Chuck Schumer has said, as the Senate Majority Leader, that they are going to hold a vote in January.
They're going to put people on record and that they will keep working on this.
They will keep voting on it until they get something done.
But this is not dead yet and they have to do that because they can't enter an election year 2022 with nothing on their legislative agenda.
Now, Joe Manchin, for his part, striking back against the White House and others who have come out against him.
Celebrities.
I mean, you name it.
He is like enemy number one in Washington, D.C.
right now.
He says, quote, they figure we can badger and beat up one person.
I'm from West Virginia.
I'm not from where they're from.
And I think I can beat the living crap out of people.
Now, this report from Breitbart says that Joe Manchin may become an independent after the White House accuses him of disloyalty.
Is that going to be the case?
What do you think?
Are you happy today that this Build Back Better bill was struck down?
Do you think it is gone for good?
Or will Democrats and Joe Manchin find a way to make this work and push all of this new debt on the American people?
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call to join us.
833-33-GORKA.
As we continue, just what kind of crisis did we miss by missing out on the BBB bill?

And right now with Christmas just five days away, I can't believe it.
I want you to know that it would mean a lot to me.
It would mean a lot to Seb Gorka to have you stand with us one more time.
In support of my Prison Fellowship Angel Tree campaign, thanks to you and listeners just like you.
Hugh Hewitt Show listeners have already made enough generous donations to AngelTree at SebGorka.com to bless over 1,300 children of prisoners with personalized gifts from their incarcerated parent plus the gospel today.
I'm taking you inside one prison, the Central California Women's Correctional Facility in Chowchilla, where inmates decorated the prison's visitor center to make it more welcoming when children arrived to attend a Christmas party where they received their gifts.
The event was covered by local ABC TV.
It's all part of the Angel Tree program.
Children wrote down what they wanted.
The prison fellowship then got them.
Inmates then selected gifts.
These women were able to come in the gymnasium and shop for the gifts.
And then after they shopped for the gifts, they were able to wrap them.
The outcome is a holiday extravaganza that families won't soon forget.
Something incredible that you made possible and thousands of other kids who can't visit their mom or dad in prison are going to be getting a gift from their parent and the gospel on Christmas making an eternal change in their lives.
Will you help us reach as many of them as possible in the five days remaining until Christmas?
Here's what you need to do.
Go to SebGorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner.
The cost to help reach one child with Angel Tree is only $25 or $125 will help reach five children.

All right, the big news today, this weekend, Joe Manchin finally making his intentions known.
It was coal in the stockings sent from West Virginia to the Biden White House when Joe Manchin over the weekend said that he is a no on the Build Back Better Act.
Now Chuck Schumer says that he is going to hold a vote, but the response from people, literally people in Hollywood, People in Washington DC, the White House themselves, everybody has been attacking Joe Manchin for being disloyal to the team.
You think that would happen if President Trump were in the White House?
They were always after President Trump for asking for loyalty from people.
Now they're mad when one person has the backbone to stand up on a bill that literally would cost trillions of dollars, make our economy worse, make inflation worse.
Remember, Manchin said he would support a bill about $1.5 trillion.
Democrats say this bill, in its current form, costs about $1.75 trillion, but the Congressional Budget Office says that it would cost about $5 trillion.
That's real money dumped into an economy that's already in trouble.
It's just not feasible.
The amount of inflation is Already killing us during the holiday season.
$3,500 to buy just as much during the holiday season this year.
More.
$3,500 more than last year at this time.
Pretty incredible.
So is this a big win?
Do you think this is dead or is it going to come back in January?
833-33-GORKA.
Let's go to Victor in line two.
Victor in Maryland, you're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hello and Merry Christmas.
And Merry Christmas to you, and I hope things are going better for you in the land of fruits and nuts.
Let me just tell you, this place is run by nuts.
How about that?
Yeah.
I went to a major supermarket yesterday with my best girl, and when we got to the checkout line, I had to sit down, so I was about like 10 feet away.
She's putting the groceries on the belt and the cashier's adding them up and...
She's saying to me, well, you said you wanted to go under $300.
It looks like you won the shopping game.
And I said, yeah, inflation is really catching up.
And she says, yeah, that's inflation for you.
And then I said to her, hey, my neighbor complained about inflation.
I said, well, you voted for the guy.
That's when the cashier And two other customers started arguing with me and telling me that it was really Trump's fault for the inflation.
And my best girl is saying, don't argue with them.
Don't argue with them.
So we get to the car and she says, you just argued with three women of color.
I know you can't see them, but please don't argue with anybody.
Someone's going to knock your block off.
One of these days.
And I said, I like arguing.
But, no, Manchin, if he were really smart, he would become a Republican, and that would really freak out the left.
And I've been calling my trucker friends and telling them, you got senators up for election this year, or next year, so remind them, you vote for this bill, I'm gonna make damn sure you're not gonna be elected.
Well, you know what, Victor, I want you to do something for me.
I want you to keep arguing, okay?
Don't take any of that stuff.
We have to keep telling people the truth.
It's the only way we're going to bring any sanity back.
Thanks so much for the phone call.
Merry Christmas to you.
Let's say hello to Bruce in Long Island on Line 5.
Hi Bruce, you're on America First.
Jennifer Horne in for Sebastian Gorka.
Hi, how you doing?
Hi, Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you.
I think everybody needs to think about Joe Manchin.
If he should turn and look to run for president, because being a registered Republican, and Manchin is showing his mettle and backbone here, I would seriously consider him as a candidate, and probably might even vote for him, despite his being a Democrat.
Bruce, here's the thing.
We have people in the Republican Party like Joe Manchin that infuriate us every day, like Mitt Romney, like Susan Collins.
Like Lisa Murkowski, Democrats look at them like Republicans look at Joe Manchin.
I think that Joe Manchin did the right thing, but I don't think that he did it because I think he realizes that for his own political longevity, he cannot disappoint.
He is in a red state that was won by President Trump by over 10 points.
West Virginia is extremely conservative.
He is the anomaly there.
So he has to super serve his constituents, which I appreciate, but he has made bad moves in the past.
I mean, What's going to happen next, and this is a very real thing for this country, is that come January, Democrats are going to make Americans pay.
They're going to make the Republican Party pay for not passing the Build Back Better Act.
And they're going to pay in the form of voting reform.
They're going to bring up this bill the first week of January, as soon as they get back into session.
And they are going to literally California the entire country with voting laws.
This is their goal.
We have to be ready to stand up.
And if I thought that Joe Manchin were going to be ready to do that, maybe I could see there'd be some backing there if he were to run for for the presidency.
I just don't see that this one he got right.
But he almost had no choice because he knows that the economy in West Virginia would have been devastated by this bill.
So yes, it makes him a mini hero, but is that going to make him the permanent fixture?
We'll have to see.
Unfortunately, and I'm an optimist, my bet is probably no.
But thank you so much for the phone call.
We'll ask Stephen Moore about that because he's coming up again.
Stephen Moore is going to be here to tell you what we dodged.
by avoiding this Build Back Better plan and what this is going to mean for the economy looking forward into 2022.

Don't forget to get all of the great Gorka merchandise, Let's Go Brandon merchandise.
SebGorkaStore.com is where you can find that.
And I know that right now, Stephen Moore, our buddy, is wearing a Let's Go Brandon t-shirt, holding his Let's Go Brandon coffee mug.
As he joins us right now, he is the author of Trumponomics.
He is an economist and he's got a great I am here, Jennifer, and I am on cloud nine.
I mean, what a day yesterday was.
It was an early Christmas present.
Thank you, Joe Manchin, for putting the country ahead of Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden and for blocking this horrendous bill.
You and I have talked about this so many times.
This was the worst bill in 40 years would have bankrupted our country.
Now, by the way, they're not done.
They're going to try to make Boomer and Pelosi and Biden are going to try to make a run at Joe Manchin early next year.
I hope he doesn't fold.
There's no state in the country, by the way, that fares worse under this bill than West Virginia, because West Virginia is a major oil and gas and coal producing state.
This is the point.
And I think it's a point that Senator Sanders and some of the members of the squad seem to be forgetting.
They're making it seem like Joe Manchin is just going out there to stand with Republicans, and why doesn't he just become a Republican?
And look, that's great.
I would love it if he would flip.
I don't know if it's realistic.
There are reports out saying he might become an independent.
But people don't realize that West Virginia, by all of these regulations, is going to be so adversely affected, he had no choice but to stand up against this bill.
Well, you know, congratulations to him.
He's a profile in Courage here.
And, you know, he's been saying this for three months that, you know, he has big problems with this bill.
And Pelosi and Schumer and Biden didn't listen to a word they said.
And then, oh, my God, the abuse of treatment that people like, you know, Jen Psaki and then I don't know if you saw what Bernie Sanders said about him, oh, he caved in to the special interests.
No, he didn't.
He stood up for the people of West Virginia.
He stood up for the country.
He stood up for fiscal responsibility.
He stood up for taxpayers.
He stood up for American energy independence.
I mean, Jennifer, how many times have you and I talked about this over the last few months?
I mean, this bill, doubling the IRS budget, 80,000 new IRS agents, 25 new welfare programs, none of which would have required any work requirements, a massive increase in taxes that would give the United States the highest tax rates in the world, a $3 trillion increase in our national debt.
I mean, I could go on for 20 minutes.
Talking about how horrific this bill is.
And incidentally, how many members of Congress do you think, Jennifer, how many do you think read this 2,452 page bill?
I think zero.
I think nobody read it.
I think it's a pretty good guess.
And I've actually, I actually have read, not the whole thing, but I've read a lot.
We lost you for about three months.
You disappeared into this deep, dark hole and you read through the whole bill.
And it's just, it's all about three things.
Quote, social justice, whatever that means.
It's about, you know, racism and it's about climate change.
I mean, these people are obsessed with climate change.
And paying back their friends.
This included a tax break for the media.
Oh yeah, I love that.
I forgot about that one, yeah.
Tax break for the media, tax break for trial lawyers, tax break for union bosses, tax break for rich people who live in blue states who actually would have paid millionaires and billionaires in New York and California and my home state of Illinois would pay actually less taxes under this bill because there's so many special interest car bouts in it.
It is so atrocious and you know what really disappoints me?
You can tell you got me going today.
What really disgusts me is the Democratic Party today.
You mean there's only one?
There was one House member from Maine and one senator from West Virginia out of 250 Democrats, only two out of 250 who spoke out against this horrific bill.
This is not your granddaddy's or granddaddy's Democratic Party.
It is a party that's been taken over by the radical left, and this bill deserves to be, we've got to stick a stake through its heart, we've got to bury it, and then we've got to pour salt on the soil so this bill never comes back again.
We've just got about 10 seconds with you, Stephen, but if your newsletter is right, you say that Bernie Sanders should go ahead and hold a vote today.
Why do you want him to do that?
Yeah, I want Chuck Schumer to call back the Senate this week.
And let's have a floor vote, ladies and gentlemen.
Let's have every one of these 50 Democrats.
Let's do what he wants.
I want to see how many of them vote with Joe Biden.
I want to see what Pester does.
I want to see what Warner does in Virginia.
I want to see what the two New Hampshire ladies do.
I want to see, because you know what?
They're fraud.
They're afraid.
They don't want to vote.
They don't want to vote.
And I love this statement.
Stephen Moore, we're out of time, but I want people to know that they can find your newsletter.

Thank you so much for joining us on America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for my friend Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
He is out gallivanting around Phoenix at the Turning Point USA event.
He'll be back with you tomorrow, and I know he will have lots of great stories to share.
In the meantime, we are talking about the big win for the country.
For Republicans, for people who just care about how much groceries and gasoline cost, Senator Joe Manchin was, well, he made it official on Fox News Sunday this weekend saying that he would vote against the Build Back Better bill.
This means that it is Literally dead.
Now Chuck Schumer says he's going to bring it back after the first of the year and they're going to try to continue to revamp this and force the hand of Joe Manchin and some of those other Democrats like Senator Sinema, Senator Tester, Senator Warner.
We heard Stephen Moore mention him in just a few moments to see where they stand on this bill.
But President Trump, and we're going to take your calls on that.
You can always join us at 833-33-GORKA.
This past weekend, the former president, President Trump, said that Mitch McConnell is a disaster, only Trump can, and that the Republican Party is in need of new leadership, desperately in need of new leadership.
He did an interview with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures, and he said the fact that Mitch McConnell got Republicans together to vote on President Biden's infrastructure bill was so bad for the country and for the Republican Party.
He says, quote, I call it un-frastructure, not infrastructure.
It's only 9 percent infrastructure.
This is according to Trump.
He says there's no way that should have been passed.
It should have been 100 percent for infrastructure.
He said, so what's happening is we have a thing called the debt ceiling, and that could have been used to win everything.
He chose not to.
And there are many people who say that Mitch McConnell made kind of this backdoor deal with the Problem Solvers Caucus, and Joe Manchin was a part of that too, where they split these two bills.
So a bipartisan push to get infrastructure passed as it did, and then you would have Joe Manchin and some other Democrats hold up.
The Build Back Better bill to try to make it more appealing or kill it altogether.
Now, if this is true, are Republicans disappointed in Mitch McConnell?
I know that I am.
And what are we going to do about that?
Who should the new leaders of the party be?
You've got a pool of who's in the Senate, who's in the House of Representatives.
Who should the leadership of the Republican Party be now that President Trump isn't in the White House?
833-33-GORKA is the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
You can chime in on any of those topics.
And we'll talk to Linda in Philadelphia on line number two.
Hi, Linda.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Yeah, hey.
How you doing?
Good!
Merry Christmas to you.
Hey, Merry Christmas to you.
Here's my comment.
First of all, I am thrilled to death that Joe Manchin voted no.
And secondly, if we want somebody to start leading the Republican Party, I'll take Marjorie Taylor Greene any day.
Right?
That's the backbone, finally.
Yeah, and Bernie Sanders.
Oh, they're going to crack down on the drug companies.
Pfizer gave Biden $2.5 million for supporting the Pfizer vaccination.
I could go on.
They're paying people to have childcare, but nobody's working.
They're all working from home.
Yep.
They create all of these problems.
That whole pool is a bunch of crap.
Yeah.
They create problems and they want more money to try to fix the problems that they created.
Thanks so much for the phone call, Linda.
833-33-GORKA.
Tim, in Florida, you're on line three.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Sebastian Gorka.
Hi.
Hey, Jennifer.
How are you doing today?
Doing well.
Thanks, Tim, for the phone call.
You bet.
Merry Christmas to you, ma'am.
And to you, Merry Christmas.
Yeah, I just wanted to weigh in on two things.
One is that Joe Manchin both really made my day.
I'm a Republican here in Florida, and I'm in a very, very blue, excuse me, red, red county being St.
John's County.
And I called Joe Manchin's office and thanked him for having the guts, for the guts to stand up.
So my point is, why don't you tell all people across the United States who are listening to you, call Joe Manchin Call his office, leave a message, and say, you did a great job, buddy.
For once in a while, somebody finally stood up and stood up for their constituents instead of caving to Schumer and Pelosi.
And two other points I have.
Pelosi just bought a $24 million mansion in Florida on Hutchison Island, which is real close to Palm Beach, if anybody wants to know where it is.
It's real close to where Tiger Woods lives and a couple other movie stars.
Better tax structure than here in my home state of California, right Tim?
Yeah.
And then the other point is you guys are doing a great job and tell your producers the third hour with a new podcast going on.
Really should do wonders for your ratings.
I wish you all the best.
- You're a big fan, huh? - Thanks for luck.
- Thank you, Tim.
Merry Christmas.
- Yeah, you too.
- All right, we'll pass on the good word.
Thank you so much for the phone call.
And you know, I don't wanna walk, it's a tight rope with Joe Manchin.
I don't want to not thank him.
I think that he deserves to be thanked.
This was a big deal to kill this bill, to do it before the end of the year.
It pushes back the time frame.
It gets us closer to the midterms.
These are all really good things.
But we need to make sure that he is going to continue to stand.
And so maybe this is the right way, right?
Maybe with positivity we call and say thank you.
Maybe the White House pushing back so much and calling him disloyal, maybe that pushes him in the direction of continuing to stand.
Because we need Joe Manchin with the backbone ready to fight against this voting bill that's going to be put up right as soon as the recess is over for the holidays.
Brent in Los Angeles on line two.
Hi Brent, you're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hi!
Hi!
A magical, marvelous, and merry Christmas, Gorka Gal Jen!
And to you, Brent.
And Jennifer, Gorka gals are even hotter than Bond girls.
This is true.
I can attest to that.
What's on your mind about the BBB?
Are you happy it's gone?
Yes, for now?
Yes.
And I wanted to say for Christmas, I want to bless Joe Manchin for repenting and saving America from Biden's Build Back Better Tower of Babel bankruptcy bill.
And Manchin reminds me of the prophet Balaam in the Bible, who was paid by the evil king Balak to curse the Jewish people, but instead broke down and then blessed them.
So I see something really magical during Christmas.
Brent, you always have such a way with words.
Thank you so much for the phone call.
Merry Christmas to you.
We'll take a quick call here.
Fred in California, line 3.
Hi Fred, you're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Sub Gorka.
Hello there, Jennifer.
How are you doing?
Hi, good.
You've just got a few seconds, so go ahead.
Hey, I just wanted to remind people just to take a quick moment to email Joe Manchin to thank him for being an independent thinker and standing against this, because he's getting a lot of negative, you know, feedback from his own party and a bunch of other knuckleheads.
But, you know, just to encourage him.
Absolutely, Fred.
Thank you so much for the call.
A positive note.
Encourage and thank Joe Manchin today.
I can get behind that.
It's the holiday season.
As we continue, you won't believe what Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is saying about Joe Manchin and the other, well, the boys club she thinks exists in the Senate.
We'll have that for you.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka.
This is America First.
America First
.
The End
Thanks for joining us.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
And boy, Senator Joe Manchin getting all kinds of response.
Some people love him today.
Some people don't love him so much.
Some people, well, they have gone apoplectic.
And one of those people is one of the favorites from the squad.
How could it be an America First show without a visit to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez?
This is Video Cut Five.
Absolutely, and I mean this idea that again over time has switched from a talking filibuster to now just being able to stand up and posture and make a threat.
God forbid that they might actually have to show up and stand or sit and actually have to talk and actually live out the threat of their filibuster.
I mean it is unconscionable.
The way that the Senate operates, it's fundamentally undemocratic, and now what it's doing is that it is allowing the stripping of people's voting rights across the country.
God forbid people have to stand or sit!
Oh my gosh, this poor woman, this poor us, because we have to listen to it.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says that the Senate is fundamentally undemocratic.
She argued that President Biden's executive authority has been used to the fullest extent, or excuse me, has not been used to the fullest extent That the American people deserve this, of course, in response to Joe Manchin coming out and effectively killing President Biden's Build Back Better agenda.
She said that it was fundamentally undemocratic.
She called the Senate a boys club.
She says, quote, just the fact that you can go on Fox News and say, I don't feel like voting for this or I don't think I'm going to do it.
Having that not scheduled to vote, that idea would happen in the House of Representatives is unheard of.
She said that the vote would still happen, that it wouldn't kill it in the Senate.
She also went on.
to suggest that she represents more people in Congress than Joe Manchin, which is effectively not true.
In fact, West Virginia, home to more than double the residents of AOC's district in New York.
833-33-GORKA is the number to call.
And Dana in California, line 2.
Hi, Dana.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hi.
Good morning, Jennifer.
Happy Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you, Dana.
I've been emailing Senator Sinema and Senator Manchin.
I'm a conservative, a little bit more of a libertarian, but I've been thanking them for standing behind what they said they were going to do when they ran for office.
And I think praise is to be given when it's earned.
And here's the deal.
I think, look, yes, praise is when it's earned.
And we thank Joe Manchin for his work standing up.
He was the front man in all of this.
Believe me, there are a lot of senators who are up for election next year who are really happy that Joe Manchin was the front guy.
That includes Kyrsten Sinema in Arizona.
Jon Tester is one of them as well.
And so he went and did the work.
We can say congratulations to him.
And I agree with you, that's appropriate.
But we also have to watch him And continue to make sure our voices are heard because we are going to need him to stand up in a matter of days to protect voting rights in this country.
If you don't want to see the country turned into California, we need to keep the pressure on Joe Manchin.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka.
This is America First.
America First
Thank you.
America Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
The End
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Dr. Sebastian Gorka out today.
He is speaking, maybe right now, at the Turning Point USA event in Phoenix, Arizona.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
Happy to be in for all three hours today on America First.
You can follow me on Twitter at Jennifer Horne.
You can always follow Seb at Seb Gorka, and you can always reach us at 833-33-GORKA.
And gosh, I host The Morning Answer in Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County, in Southern California on AM 870 and AM 590.
The answer, you hear me here, Wednesdays most days with the California update, because quite frankly, guys, a lot of crazy stuff happens out in California.
And the reason why it matters, those of you listening to America First today in Oregon, in Virginia, in North Carolina, in Florida, wherever you're listening to the show, the reason it matters about California is because we're sort of like the Petri dish.
We're the test tube where Democrats in the far left put a bunch of terrible ideas and they shake them around.
They whip them up in their little blend jet and they see what works in California and then they sprout that idea and they bring it across the rest of the country.
And it's happened with our COVID policies.
You're seeing we've been talking about the voting rights bill today.
The stuff that's happening in California starts to spread and it starts to spread to the rest of the country very quickly.
And what's happening in the state that I love, born and raised in Los Angeles, born and raised in California, it's a beautiful state, but the policies have created some really, really big problems.
And you probably have heard either me, maybe Seb, maybe the cable news talking about The very liberal district attorneys in the state of California.
George Gascon is in L.A.
County.
Chessa Bodine is in San Francisco.
Chessa Bodine is facing a recall.
George Gascon, there is a petition underway to recall him.
He's only been in office just about a year, but he has made some big problems already in the county of Los Angeles.
Crime is on the rise.
You're hearing about these smash-and-go burglars where literally flash mobs of people show up.
They smash glass, they take things, and they run.
These are organized crime rings that are operating within the county of Los Angeles, also up in San Francisco and in Oakland, because there's no penalty for these people.
The crimes, most crimes have been classified from felonies to now misdemeanors, and George Gascon continues to try to soften the punishment and protect criminals over victims in Los Angeles County, New York.
Now, there is something new that just came out over the weekend to fill you in on.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney, George Gascon, has launched a new program This is, again, in this time and space where crime is on the rise, he's launching a new diversion program for juvenile criminals.
Now, critics of this diversion program are calling it a get out of free jail card for juvenile offenders.
There's a deputy D.A.
who has been a longtime critic of George Gascogne, who works in L.A.
County.
Jonathan Hatami says, you're basically saying that we're going to give you a slap on the wrist for any crimes.
Here's what happens.
The program is called Restorative Enhanced Diversion for Youth Pathway.
And it's a program that's meant to move young people away from incarceration.
And already, George Gascogne and his cronies have already started to shut down juvenile facilities within the state of California and the county of Los Angeles.
Move them away from incarceration and into rehabilitation.
So the felonies that qualify for this program include burglary, assaults without firearms or extensive injuries, vehicle theft, robbery, grand theft, sexual battery, and arson.
If any of those crimes are committed by a juvenile in the County of Los Angeles under this new program from George Gascogne, they will not even see any jail time.
They will be passed through the court system.
So picture this.
According to this policy, and this was confirmed by George Gascon's office, the district attorney here in L.A.
County, if a juvenile, so let's say a 17-year-old, were to follow you home, pull a knife on you, threaten to kill you, then use force to rob you, and later they would be arrested, They would be eligible for diversion rather than prosecution, meaning they wouldn't be tracked by the courts.
They would bypass the courts completely.
They would not even be charged with a crime.
What do you think about this?
I know we're talking about juveniles, but is there much difference between a 16, a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old?
Obviously, if something happens by mistake with an 8-year-old, a 10-year-old, obviously we want to be reasonable people and we want to figure out what's really going on.
But if you have 15, 16, 17 year old kids who are part of gangs who go out and rob people, steal their cars, force themselves sexually on other people, and then those people are said, no, we're not going to send you.
We're not going to send you to prison.
We're not going to put you in the court system.
We're going to send you into a rehabilitation facility.
Does that teach the lesson?
Does that stop crime where it starts when people are young or does it just make things worse?
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA is the number to call.
What do you think about this?
It can be controversial because juveniles, nobody wants to see a kid put into a jail cell.
Nobody wants to see that.
But if you have kids doing an adult crime, especially when they're in their later teen years, isn't it appropriate for them to face consequences?
I mean, when I was a kid, when I did something wrong, my parents would always teach me about the consequences of my actions.
What are we doing as a society when we stop doing that for kids?
And where do we end up?
This is really pretty scary.
833-33-GORKA, that's the number to call.
Chime in on this.
George Gascogne, the new district attorney, funded by George Soros, by the way, saying that kids who commit burglary, assaults without firearms, vehicle theft, robbery, grand theft, sexual battery or arson, Can be subject to diversion, meaning they're not charging anybody.
They don't go through the court system.
So you can't even give them any sort of monitoring program that you would normally get through the court.
And rather, Gascon was asked about this.
He said, rather than turning every tragedy into a political football and endgame, I ask those people, please join us.
We can do better, better go further if we all work together.
But are we going to be any better if we can't teach people that there are consequences for their actions, especially in a place like L.A.
where we are already being overrun with theft, with crime, with robbery, with burglary?
833-33-GORKA to chime in on that.
Gavin Newsom, who is our governor and very supportive of these policies from George Gascogne, And similar policies from Chesa Bodine, the district attorney in San Francisco, came out and said that he is going to be trying to take a hard line on crime.
But again, people really in California are overplaying the problem of crime being on the rise.
Take a listen.
And we have to recognize people's fears and anxieties.
I could regale you with facts.
And by the way, I have them since Prop 47 was passed.
The last full year analysis shows that property and larceny crimes are down 11%.
Since Prop 47 was passed, shoplifting down even further.
I don't even want to give you that stat, you won't believe it.
And that's the point.
Stats mean nothing in terms of your feelings.
Well, stats mean nothing when they're given to you by the left because it's a full gaslighting job being handed down by the governor of California, Gavin Newsom, who says that crime really isn't on the rise.
No, what they have done is that they've reclassified so many crimes that it may seem like crime isn't on the rise because they don't arrest or even count the things that they have reclassified from felonies to misdemeanors.
It has got to be so completely frustrating to be in law enforcement in the state of California right now when you make an arrest And about five minutes later, those same people are back out on the streets again with no consequences.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
Vince in Ohio on Line 2.
Hi, Vince.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka.
Hey, how you doing?
Hi, good.
What's on your mind?
What do you think about this new policy?
Well, the policy is insane.
Uh, for several reasons.
Number one, the obvious reason you're going to be letting criminals back out onto the street.
But my bigger question is this, what if I'm a concealed carry holder and I'm held up by that person, that juvenile or even that 18 year old by knife point, as you said, or by gunpoint and I defend myself, what happens to me?
You know what, it's a really good question, Vince, and it's actually one I've done some research on, particularly in California, because I would love to have, I have a firearm, I would love to have a concealed carry permit.
They are finally being issued again by Sheriff Alex Villanueva, who's done a really good job.
He's a Democrat, but he has been very sane.
And so you're able to start getting concealed carries again, but it is still very difficult.
And before, literally about three months ago, you were not able to get them at all in L.A. County.
And what would happen if you're outside of your house and you pull a gun on somebody?
I hope you have a good lawyer, because as much as we are prioritizing criminals in this state, the victims, they don't have a lot of standing.
I actually took a class and they taught you what to do if you were the subject of a home invasion.
And the first thing you do is call 911 and leave the phone line open so that they can hear you say, I'm armed, please leave the house.
That's the situation in California right now.
You try to shoot someone in your house that's intruding on your space and threatening your family.
You become the criminal.
It's very backwards.
833-33-GORKA.
And the reason we talk about it is what happens in California.
So goes the rest of the country.
833-33-GORKA.
Mike Garcia, a congressman from California doing something to fight back against the uptick in crime.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka on America First.
The End
The End The
End Welcome back to America First!
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today, broadcasting to you from the West Coast, relieffactor.com studios, and I want to welcome you in now to... I want to introduce you to a friend of mine who joins us on The Morning Answer in Los Angeles every single week.
He is a congressman from right here in California, a Republican congressman, Representing California's 25th Congressional District, Mike Garcia is his name.
Follow him on Twitter at RepMikeGarcia or at ElectMikeGarcia.
You can find him both places.
And, Congressman, welcome to America First.
Thanks for being here today.
Hey, thanks, Jennifer.
Thanks for having me.
It is so nice to have you here.
You're a fellow Californian, and part of your district is in L.A.
County.
We deal with George Gascon, who has made this announcement, got this new program out, a Basically a program that would send people out of the courts if they're juveniles and away into rehabilitation programs.
This is his diversion program, essentially.
So if juveniles commit felonies like burglary, assault, vehicle theft, robbery, grand theft, sexual battery, arson, You name it, they can bypass being charged and go straight into some other program.
This is causing a big problem in Los Angeles where we are already seeing a surge.
Really, crime rates skyrocketing around here.
Yeah, absolutely.
And really, this is a continuation of this guy who is effectively working for the bad guys, giving hope to the criminals rather than protecting the law-abiding citizens in our county.
Gascogne, you've heard me say this before.
He's like the penguin from Gotham City.
He's out there to do harm to our city, and he's absolutely making the biggest difference in our county that we've ever seen from a DA in the most negative way.
So this new policy, and when they say diversion, they're using that in the sense of diverting, not as in a good time, but literally diverting juveniles out of a system And then into a rehab program without any accountability.
And what this would effectively do is allow a juvenile, for instance, to hold you at knife point, steal your stuff, threaten to kill you.
And while they're robbing you, you know, using a weapon, they would get arrested, put into this diversion program, rehabilitated without ever seeing the inside of a courtroom, without having charges levied against them.
Literally a violation of the Constitution, both Amendments 5 and 6, where we actually hold people accountable.
And again, this is just a continuation of a bad actor in the form of Gascogne, who's literally not charging criminals for crimes.
These aren't petty theft.
These aren't low-level misdemeanors.
These are felonies in any other state, any other county, and these folks are going to be let free.
And the dirty little secret here is that George Soros, with all of his money and leftist ideology, is wasting some of his money on the big races.
But what he's done is he's gotten smart, Congressman, and he's gone to these smaller races.
District attorneys in cities like L.A., San Francisco, you name it.
There are smaller cities as well around the country.
That he's been able to infiltrate.
He gets involved with city council races.
He throws a lot of money in and it's very effective in smaller races because that money makes a huge difference for these candidates.
He gets them elected and then all of a sudden we're all sitting around scratching our head going, what happened to our home?
What happened to our neighborhood?
And it goes quickly.
When you take law and order out of the equation, neighborhoods fall really fast.
That's right.
And we've seen this, right?
This was the guy that did the exact same thing to the Bay Area up in San Francisco.
And he's just copy pasted those policies and practices and downloaded them to the LA County now.
And this is the kind of guy that Soros and others like Bloomberg back because they are literally bought and paid for to extend their very far left policies and it is destroying our cities.
We have sheriffs who have been killed in our district and the killers are now getting set to be set free.
Deputy Owens out in the Antelope Valley was killed.
Brutally in an execution-style murder, and his killer is getting ready to go free now under Gascon's new policy.
This guy needs to resign.
I'm calling on Gascon to resign.
He's the biggest threat to our local security, our county's security, and we've got to do the right thing for our constituents, and we're all at risk because of him.
Well you are doing something to fight back.
We've heard from liberal mayors who have just months ago defunded the police.
I'm talking about London Breed up in San Francisco who last week came out and turned a lot of heads when she flipped 180 degrees saying that she wanted to refund the police.
She defunded them 120 million.
Now she's looking to hire more officers.
The same thing is happening in local municipalities.
All around the country, where they defunded the police, now they're refunding them.
And you have gotten together to sponsor or co-sponsor the Public Safety Enhancement Act of 2021.
Tell us about that and what that means, not only for California, but for the country.
Yeah, this is the H.R.
6132.
It's a bipartisan bill.
My friend Troy Nells brought this up, and I'm an original co-sponsor.
He's a former sheriff.
But what this effectively does is add money to the federal grant programs.
And actually, the subcommittee that I'm on within the Appropriations Committee is actually in charge of funding these buckets.
This is the Commerce Justice Science Subcommittee.
And so what this bill will do is bolster funding for local municipalities and state law enforcement agencies to provide an additional
uh... one hundred thousand police officers over the next five years throughout the country at multiple levels of government so this is literally doing what we were we were saying we were going to do which is rather than defund the police to instead defend the police and actually give them the assets and resources that they need and these far-left progressive folks who have been calling to defund the police over the last two years and are now changing their mind.
They're not doing this for altruistic purposes or because they They got religion and saw the light.
They're doing it because it's election season, and they realize that this whole BLM and defund the police movement is probably the most toxic issue that voters are concerned about right now, and they want to get as far away from it as possible.
My political opponents are doing the same.
But the voters won't forget.
They have long memories when it comes to security, and this bill that we're sponsoring in Congress is a good thing for our law enforcement officers.
It absolutely is, and as refreshing as it is to hear these leaders who come out and say that they want to refund the police, that they are back and standing with law enforcement because crime rates are so high, it is really nice to hear.
But Mike, as you mentioned, next year is an election year, and they know how unpopular this is with so many people.
So I guess the question, and you just alluded to it, are you buying this as a permanent change, or are they just going to get through an election season, do what they think people want to hear, and then go back to their old ways again?
No, we cannot buy it, and anyone who's objective and looking at this through a truly objective lens will not buy it.
The reality is that even when they say these things in public, behind closed doors, when they're looking at policies and funding requirements, they're still saying the same things that they were saying during the summer of 2020, which was to defund and support BLM.
We saw it going through the Appropriations Committee, the hearings that we were having last May, last June.
The Dems were still talking about defunding the police, and in fact, they ended up not even taking their vote on the bill that would have funded that Commerce, Justice, and Science subcommittee, like I talked about, because they were afraid to vote for it, because it actually did defund the police nationwide.
So they're still doing it.
It's all smoke and mirrors.
It's all political optics that they're just trying to evade one of the most cancerous issues in their repertoire right now.
And there's a lot of them.
There's a lot of crises right now, but this defund the police thing, Absolutely.
I think you're right.
When we are standing with criminals instead of victims, when we are standing with criminals instead of law enforcement, we need more from our elected officials.
And that's why we thank you, Mike Garcia, for co-sponsoring this bill, the Public Safety Enhancement Act of 2021.
Something has to be done.
We have to stop the flow.
of all of this crime coming into the country.
Representative Mike Garcia, thanks so much.

Merry Christmas!
So much fun to fill in for Seb.
He's at Turning Point USA today, maybe speaking right now, in Phoenix, Arizona.
And I host The Morning Show in Los Angeles and Orange County, all of Southern California on AM 870, AM 590, The Answer.
And we've been talking this hour about what the left is really doing to California, to blue cities like Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington D.C.
when it comes to crime and how it seems that there is more of an emphasis prioritizing criminals over victims.
This is a new tactic of the left to destroy communities and neighborhoods so that they can charge you more money to rebuild them and a new policy in place from George Gascon, a diversion policy that would say if you're a minor And you commit any number of felonies, basically almost anything except murder.
You're eligible for a diversion program rather than jailing or being charged through the court system.
You can bypass the court system and go straight into a rehabilitation program.
Now look, I'm not saying every kid deserves to be in jail, but certainly we have to have consequences and teach people that law and order matters.
We have to teach lessons to people so that They do change, that they can be rehabilitated.
And are they going to do that if simply they're given a slap on the wrist when they're caught for committing crimes?
And serious crimes at that.
Not only burglary, arson, sexual assault.
We used to be a society that protected women and kids and now that seems to be going out the window.
833-33-GORKA.
What do you think about these new policies?
Maria in California online too.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Sebastian Gorka.
Hi, Maria.
Merry Christmas.
Hi, Merry Christmas!
I'm calling because I'm a Los Angeles County juvenile probation officer, and I'd just like to say that we've had some type of diversion program for many years now, not as extreme as this, but those diversion programs, they lie about the statistics, and probation officers who want to report the truth about it are retaliated against by the managers, and some people, and I would say more off the air, have lost their careers behind standing up to the truth.
You're so right about that.
People get taken down for standing up all the time.
In California, there are things that are being done quietly in the legislature, the state legislature, where they're just shutting down juvenile facilities.
So they're only available on the county level, if at all.
And Maria, this lack of transparency is such a huge part of this problem that we're seeing.
Thanks so much for the phone call.
Sean in California on line number four.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hi!
Hey Jen, how you doing?
Doing well, thanks, Sean.
Yeah, this state is going to hell in a handbasket.
It's terrible.
And this is just another prime example of why the feminist movement of today is a complete fraud.
It's completely political.
It's dead.
It's political.
Feminists don't care about women.
A 17-year-old male can rape a woman now and then nothing happens to him?
They don't go to jail?
And the first step... Sean, the first step was Prop 47 when they reclassified date rape as a misdemeanor instead of a felony.
Now they're saying if you commit sexual assault and you're underage, well, no problem.
You can get out and go into a rehabilitation program.
I mean, it's insane.
And now you've got men competing in women's sports.
I mean, you're right.
The feminist movement is only good if it serves the left, apparently.
Yeah, and Gavin Newsom is sitting here saying how great Prop 47 was.
What a lie.
What a joke.
This is a disaster.
I would leave California if I could, but I have a service business here, so I can't take my customers with me.
Otherwise, I'd have been gone a long time ago.
Sean, don't leave.
Stay and fight with me.
Let's try to take it back.
We can find little wins incrementally, I think, to be sure.
Merry Christmas to you, Sean.
Thanks so much for the phone call.
You can join us and let us know what you think about this.
You see these problems in your neighborhood.
Are these leftist policies infiltrating across the country?

This is America First, and guys...
Christmas?
It's just five days away.
And I want you to know that it would mean a lot to me, it would mean a lot to Seb, to have you stand with us one more time in support of my Prison Fellowship Angel Tree campaign.
Thanks to you and all of your generosity, listeners just like you and America First listeners have already made enough generous donations to Angel Tree at SebGorka.com To bless over 1,300 children of prisoners with personalized gifts from their incarcerated parent plus the gospel.
So inspiring!
And today I'm taking you inside one prison, the Central California's Women's Correctional Facility in Chowchilla, where inmates decorated the prison's visitor center to make it more welcoming when children arrived to attend a Christmas party where they received their gifts.
You made that event possible and thousands of other kids who can't visit their mom or dad in prison are going to be getting a gift from their parent and the gospel on Christmas, making an eternal change in their lives.
Will you help me?
Will you help Seb reach as many of them as possible in the five days remaining until Christmas?
Just go to SebGorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner.
The cost to help reach one child with Angel Tree is only $25 or $125 will help reach five children.
That's what it's all about and your donations, they make it happen.
Let's make this Christmas the best holiday ever for as many kids as possible.

Now he is traveling back safely and will be back with you tomorrow.
In the meantime, I broadcast from California and in California we are seeing crime skyrocketing.
I know many of you in states around the country are seeing that too and much of it has to do with liberal district attorneys soft on crime policies that are It's infecting our country and it's all coming from these far-left DAs, from city council members, from the Board of Supervisors, sometimes even from governors and mayors.
But what can we do to stop this?
There's a new program underway in LA County.
from George Soros supported DA George Gascogne that is saying that young people who commit any kind of felony except for murder could be part of a diversion plan.
They could avoid being charged in court.
They could avoid jail time.
They could avoid time in juvie and simply be put into some sort of rehabilitation program with no real consequence.
Is this going to help victims of crime?
Is this going to stop crime?
Or is this going to be an incentive when there's no punishment for crime to continue to grow and start really at a young age and continue into adulthood?
833-33-GORKA is the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
Gregory in Los Angeles on line 2.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hi Gregory!
Good afternoon, Jennifer.
Thanks for being on the air for Mr. Ygorka.
Thank you.
Merry Christmas.
I appreciate your service in that way.
Regarding the residents, I'm a longtime California resident.
I'm also the direct descendant of the World War II generation.
With that said, there are a lot of values and ethics that came from that generation that we got imparted in our experience growing up in that time.
And what I see in California, it's gone from okay to much worse.
And what we're missing is a sense of ethical How can I say prowess amongst a lot of our legislators per se?
And I think a lot of it gets down back to the method in which we are, our election process has been so corrupted.
If you want to really start to change things, you've got to go, I think, to start to go back to our election process and do a total forensic review of how these processes or how these elections are going through, who's getting voted in and how they're getting voted in.
And then also, of course, I heard your discussion with them.
Congressman Mike Garcia.
Thank you, Garcia.
And I agree with him.
There's got to be consequences for what you do.
I've already been assaulted twice, having to move from the San Fernando Valley to where I am.
I'm in L.A.
County now.
The last time I was physically injured, robbed, and it's taken a number of months for me to at least get to the point where I feel, you know, relatively better than I did after being assaulted and thrown to the ground by my assailants.
There was more than one involved in this.
And it's really tragic.
But these folks, even to this day, I have no idea if the law enforcement has ever caught up with these rascals and if they're still out there doing their skullduggery.
So there's got to be consequences.
It's so scary, Gregory.
I'm so sorry that you were assaulted.
It makes you wonder, where are some of the voices?
I mean, particularly if we're talking about just here in Los Angeles, and this is a problem for the rest of the country, believe me.
But if we're talking about Los Angeles, Hollywood is here.
Hollywood wastes no time coming out and talking, getting on whatever soap boxes of the moment.
Where are they in all of this?
One of their own, Jacqueline Avant, was a philanthropist who was followed home and murdered in cold blood in Los Angeles.
And the District Attorney, George Gascon, has said that they want to take away special circumstances from this case.
They want to not allow for the fact that this guy was somebody who had committed crimes in the past.
Someone who's a gang member.
They want to take away all the special circumstances.
They're making it easier on him.
Where is Hollywood?
Where are all these voices on social media that love to use their platform?
It's amazing.
There's no outrage in all of this.
Tom, in California, line three.
Hi, you're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
We've got just a few seconds, Tom, but go ahead.
Hey, thank you, Jen.
Dr. Gorka's great.
You're at least as good, or dare I say, maybe better.
Never better.
We're a good team, though.
Oh, you really are.
You know, this thing with Gascon protecting thugs, the Afghanistan debacle where we know people are going to die, the Mexican border fiasco, same thing, promotion of abortion, critical race theory, cancel culture, on and on, ad nauseam.
The left-wing agenda is clearly an evil one.
They can't be unconscious of that.
The Democrats are now the demon rats.
We must fight bravely against the satanic takeover and be prayer warriors and even pray for these people that God will convert them.
Tom, absolutely.
You do have to pray for these people.
We have to teach right and wrong to our kids.
We have to support the traditional family structure because that is how we fight back in our homes and in our communities.

Now, are any of you familiar with Charlemagne the God?
T-H-A.
That's how the cool people spell the.
Charlamagne Tha God is a radio host.
He's a syndicated morning show host.
He also has a show on Comedy Central.
And there are a lot.
He's got a huge audience, especially with young people and the urban demographic.
I mean, this is a place where politicians love to go because they want to win over his audience.
And you may remember when Hillary Clinton got in trouble for pandering to black Americans when she went on his show and took hot sauce out of her purse.
That was back in 2016.
But Charlamagne asked a lot of questions of big leaders.
Well, this weekend on Comedy Central, Kamala Harris, the vice president, went on and sat down with Charlamagne Tha God.
She was connected remotely and he asked her a pretty tough question.
So tough that her assistant, her press secretary, Simone Sanders, tried to cut off the interview.
Take a listen to this interaction.
So who's the real president of this country?
Is it Joe Manchin or Joe Biden, Madam Vice President?
Come on, Charlemagne.
Come on, it's Joe Biden.
I can't tell sometimes.
No, no, no, no.
It's Joe Biden.
It's Joe Biden.
And don't start talking like a Republican about asking whether or not he's president.
It's Joe Biden.
Do you think Joe Manchin is the problem?
And it's Joe Biden.
And I'm vice president.
My name is Kamala Harris.
It's Joe Biden and she's Kamala Harris.
Right before that, what you missed is Simone Sanders going, ah, we can't hear you.
This connection is breaking up.
Well, I'm going to actually give Kamala Harris credit.
She said enough with that nonsense.
Let's not pretend we can't hear Charlemagne asking who the president is.
She actually answers the question.
She was ticked.
She was not happy by this question from Charlemagne.
I think he was actually asking in an honest way.
I think that he was saying, you know, Joe Biden's agenda is being uprooted by Senator Joe Manchin.
He is going to throw out, they're not going to vote on Build Back Better because Joe Manchin isn't behind it.
And so who's really running the country?
How much power does Joe Biden really have?
But she took it as the argument that we all have as conservatives wondering who the heck is pulling the strings in the government.
It's Kamala Harris, not taking too kindly.
Now, I can't imagine how she could be surprised people are asking who the president is when you hear audio like this.
Eric, do we have that cut of Joe Biden from last week?
All kidding aside, of course President Harris is a proud Howard alum.
Of course it's a reasonable question.
Come on, even Joe Biden doesn't know who the president is.

I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. I'm Jennifer Horne in for Sebastian Gorka today.
You have found us on America First.
Merry Christmas from all of us here at Salem Radio.
Don't forget the Salem News Channel up and functional right now.
We broadcast there as well.
And gosh, all over.
I live in California.
And much of my state was closed down for about a year and a half because of the COVID pandemic and much of the country now feeling like maybe we had gotten past it but it seems like the alarm is being pressed once again.
It is all about the Omicron variant and we're seeing everything from Football games, basketball games, hockey games, college sports, maybe even Times Square New Year's Eve celebrations getting canceled because of the threat, again, of Omicron.
So just how dangerous is it?
Dr. Jeff Barkey joins us.
He is one of the frontline doctors.
He has a fantastic book that's out right now called COVID-19, A Physician's Take on the Exaggerated Fear Jen, great to be with you.
You can get that at rxforliberty.com, wherever you buy books, and follow Dr. Jeff at rx underscore for liberty.
Dr. Jeff Barkey, thanks for joining us on America First.
Jen, great to be with you.
Thanks for having me.
Well, we have heard a lot of doom and gloom and CNN saying that the Omicron variant and all of these closures are a problem of the unvaccinated.
But if that were true, why are all of the vaccinated football players, basketball players, hockey players, all in their little vaccinated bubbles, all still getting sick?
Is this really a disease of the unvaxxed?
No, this is really a disease of fear.
The contagion is fear, not COVID-19.
And the media is doing a wonderful job, along with our unelected healthcare bureaucrats, at keeping America in a constant state of fear in order for them to control us.
The vaccines don't work very well.
They neither stop infection nor transmission.
Around the margins, they can stop the severity of the illness, but that's about it.
And the problem is that people that are vaccinated can get the disease, have mild symptoms, walk around, and spread it.
This has nothing to do with the unvaccinated like they want you to believe.
The White House press secretary told us yesterday, and I'm quoting, for the unvaccinated you're looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your family, And the hospitals you may soon overwhelm.
It's incredible.
Of course what they don't tell us, including Dr. Walensky and Emperor Fauci, is they make no mention of the importance of early treatment.
We have wonderful early treatment.
We're very good at it.
This isn't a difficult disease to treat, but for some reason, our unelected healthcare bureaucrats and so-called healthcare leaders will not speak about the importance of early treatment, or for that matter, even the importance of keeping your vitamin D levels elevated.
It's ridiculous what's going on.
They could not mismanage this pandemic any worse than they are.
Let's talk about those therapeutics, because what is so frustrating It was frustrating for me.
I had COVID.
My family had COVID.
Some of my co-workers had it.
But when we got it, the advice from the doctor and my family doctor, I love, I trust him.
But he said, go home, stay home.
And if you can't breathe, go to the hospital, essentially.
If we act early, I don't want to say this about everyone's physician that we know and love, but literally the government is guiding us with blood on their hands.
They could help save people.
If we talked about therapeutics that could be done early on, what is it that people should be asking for if indeed they do get sick?
Well, unfortunately, too many doctors just either don't understand or they're too frightened to treat this illness.
The simplest approach is get either betadine, that's providone iodine.
It's cheap.
You can buy it at the supermarket or pharmacy.
It's that brown liquid that we normally use to clean the skin and wound, or hydrogen peroxide.
You can make a simple dilute solution of either of those products.
You rinse out the inside of your nose and throat, and you do that every four hours or so at the earliest sign when you come down with COVID symptoms.
Or if you're at a big public event and you're worried that you've been exposed, you can do the same thing as well.
Preemptively.
Preemptively.
And there are studies that show if you do nothing but that, rinse out your nose and throat with some sort of viral citel agent like betadine or dilute hydrogen peroxide, you can significantly reduce the symptoms, the duration, and the chances of hospitalization.
But not a word from Dr. Fauci.
Not a word from any of our academic institutions that are under the thumb of the NIH and Dr. Fauci's budget, which is in the billions, to grant money to these institutions to do research.
It's ridiculous what's going on, and I believe that if we could institute early treatment, we would save hundreds of thousands of lives, and people would not need to suffer.
We could open up our economy, we could throw away our stupid masks, and the task forward is not Let's talk about those masks because certainly Washington D.C.
treatment and education of people as to what to do if they were to get ill and how to prevent this disease.
Let's talk about those masks because certainly Washington, D.C. just re-implemented their mask mandate.
We've seen it in California, in New York.
Masks are going to be brought back depending on where you are in the country because of this Omicron variant.
Are they effective?
Because it seems to me that those, the N95 masks that actually fit around your nose, those look pretty effective.
But my leopard print cheetah mask that kind of hangs off at the end doesn't seem like it's doing much except appeasing those who are asking people to wear masks.
That's right.
And if you go on an airplane and you look to your left and look inside the cockpit, you'll notice that the pilots are sitting there without masks on.
They're not required to wear masks because their unions have fought for them not to need to wear a mask.
And are you telling me that with the recirculated air, somehow they're immune to COVID without their masks wearing, but us serfs sitting in the back of the plane with a variety of ridiculous masks are somehow protected?
It's a joke.
It is absolutely a joke.
Masks offer little, if any, protection against a respiratory viral illness.
Every major health care institution told us early in the pandemic, including Dr. Fauci himself, the CDC, the New England Journal of Medicine, et cetera, until it became politically incorrect to continue to hold that accurate narrative.
And now people are wearing masks all over the place.
And it's ridiculous.
For a mask to be effective, it has to be an N95 mask that's fitted properly, that's worn for a short period of time.
Not the tiger print masks and all the ridiculous ones that you see that people wear and then they put around their forearm and they hang it from their mirror and they stick it in their pocket.
Those masks offer almost no protection whatsoever.
Masking is not the answer.
Vaccines are not the answer.
Early treatment is, and it just is really upsetting to me and many other doctors, that we're not pushing and educating the public about early treatment.
We could save countless number of lives if we did that.
Dr. Jeff Barkey is with us.
He is one of the frontline doctors.
He has a book out, COVID-19, A Physician's Take on the Exaggerated Fear of the Coronavirus.
Check him out.
Connect.
He's got a podcast that's also really fantastic, rxforliberty.com, and also on Twitter, rx underscore for liberty.
And it seems that the White House and President Biden is going to be making an address to the nation tomorrow.
And you mentioned it, he's going to be going after the unvaxxed and this one saying that they're like the angel of death.
Insulting for a president who said he was going to unify the country that he is providing so much to separate us, specifically when it comes to people's medical choices.
But do you foresee, in the statement released by the White House today, they said that this is not going to be a variant, this is not going to be a crisis that will affect those who have the vaccine.
Do you expect, Dr. Jeff Barkey, that there will be a double-tiered system that will only get worse coming into 2022, splitting us between the vaxxed and the unvaxxed?
Man, I'll tell you, Jen, I wish it weren't true, but I think it's happening and we're going to see it worsen.
President Biden even at one point said that he'd like to see vaccination status as a prerequisite for traveling on an airplane.
And I just don't think that's going to fly with the American people.
The problem is not that what they're saying is wrong.
It's just it's anti-science.
It's not correct.
Any opposing position is squashed.
banned and muted and that's not science.
This is dangerous what's going on.
It is dangerous to create and maintain this narrative that just simply is not accurate.
People are dying as a result because they're not getting access to early treatment.
No mention of Regeneron, no mention of other monoclonal antibodies, no mention of the importance of just taking care of yourself.
It's It's frightening what's going on.
And they're making these decisions, sorry Dr. Jeff, but they're making these decisions based on cases, not even severe cases or hospitalizations or deaths.
They're making decisions about our freedoms based on just how many people are testing positive.
That's right.
And we know that PCR tests are not accurate.
Early on, they couldn't differentiate between COVID and influenza.
We're always taught in medical school, we do not treat a number or a test result.
We treat patients.
So I think the idea of testing asymptomatic people makes no sense at all.
Listen, we know asymptomatic people don't spread the disease.
We know early treatment works.
And we know masks are ineffective, yet those are the strategies that we're using.
It doesn't make sense, and as a result, people are being harmed.
Absolutely.
Dr. Jeff Barkey, that's why we so appreciate your sensible advice.
Don't fall victim to the fear-mongering.
Check out Dr. Jeff Barkey on Twitter at rx underscore for liberty or online rxforliberty.com.
That's where you can get the link to the book.
Dr. Jeff, thanks so much for being with us.
And what does this mean for you and your holidays?
What is President Biden going to have to say tomorrow?
We'll preview that.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka.
This is America First.
America First
Thank you.
Thanks for joining us on America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka, and we are five days out.
That's right, five days from Christmas, and I want you to know that it would mean a lot to me.
It would mean a lot to Seb Gorka to have you stand with us one more time in support of my prison fellowship, Angel Tree campaign.
Thanks to you and listeners just like you, Seb Gorka Show listeners have already made enough generous donations to Angeltree at SebGorka.com to bless over 1,300 children of prisoners with personalized gifts from their incarcerated parent plus the gospel.
And today I'm taking you inside one prison, the Central California Women's Correctional Facility in Chowchilla Where inmates decorated the prison's visitor center to make it more welcoming when children arrived to attend a Christmas party where they received their gifts.
Their event was covered by local ABC TV.
It's all part of the Angel Tree program.
Children wrote down what they wanted.
The prison fellowship then got them.
Inmates then selected gifts.
These women were able to come in in the gymnasium and shop for the gifts.
And then after they shopped for the gifts, they were able to wrap them.
The outcome is a holiday extravaganza that families won't soon forget.
You made that event possible and thousands of other kids who can't visit their mom or dad in prison are going to be getting a gift from their parent and the gospel on Christmas, making an eternal change in their lives.
Will you help us reach as many of them as possible in the five days remaining until Christmas?
Just go to SebGorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner.
The cost to help reach one child with Angel Tree is just $25 or $125 will help reach five children and that's really what it is all about this time of year.
Your donations make it happen.
Let's make this Christmas the best holiday ever for as many kids as possible.
You can call our special donation number 888-206-2794 That's 888-206-2794 or go to sebgorka.com.
That's sebgorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner at the top of the page.
We thank you so much for your generosity.
All right, the White House getting ready to make a big speech tomorrow all about Omicron, the new variant, potential closures.
They previewed what they were going to talk about.
I don't know if you had a chance to see this today.
The White House sending out a statement.
They read the following.
We are intent on not letting Omicron disrupt work and school for the vaccinated.
You've done the right thing and we'll get you through this.
However, for the unvaccinated, you're looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your families, and the hospitals you may soon overwhelm.
Now, remember, it was just about a year ago at this time when then-candidate Biden was saying he was going to unify the country, when he promised us That he was going to get people back together again and that he was going to fix this pandemic.
And now you're getting statements where you're saying for the vaccinated, you can live and enjoy your life and the unvaccinated, you're looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves and your families.
Merry Christmas from the White House.
This is what we're getting from Joe Biden.
833-33-GORKA.
Chime in on that 833-33-GORKA.
Jen Psaki, the White House press secretary.
In the stunner of the year suggests that Biden will not answer questions after his COVID speech on Tuesday.
Shocking, because you know, he loves to get out there and answer all of the questions.
But according to the press secretary earlier today, she said that President Biden could take questions after his address, but it depends on what you ask.
Now, again, maybe this is simple, but let's play the game.
If Kayleigh McEnany said this about a Trump White House, it would be like alarms away.
But now Jen Psaki gets to come out and say, no, he probably won't take questions.
And if he does, well, it'll depend on what you want to know.
833-33-GORKA.
Bill in Texas on line one.
Hi, Bill.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Hi.
Hey there.
Look, I am a over 65.
I have some COVID morbidities.
For six months I've been taking D3, B12 and zinc and using alcohol-based mouthwash.
I have been exposed to COVID in my family and I have not got COVID at all.
Good for you.
And what they're not telling you is that 6,000 people or more have died from the vaccine.
They have no financial compensation at all.
There are people that are coming down with heart ailments.
And it's ridiculous.
I feel like what they're going to do is they're going to separate us like leopards of the Old Testament.
So if you haven't gotten vaccinated, you're now going to be assigned to a colony where only we send unvaccinated people.
It's outrageous.
It's frightening.
We fought a war in 1776 from a dictator, telling us what we're going to do.
Now that we are Americans, the next revolution will be in November of 2022 at the ballot.
And the whole purpose of this new COVID is to change the way we do our elections again in 2022.
You know, I don't disagree with you, Bill.
And in fact, I think there's a lot of truth in what you're saying.
833-33-GORKA.
There is zero focus on building natural immunity.
There is zero focus on therapeutics if you do get sick.
And there's also a blatant lie that if you get sick with COVID, you're automatically going to die.
Now, what's scary about COVID is that you just don't know.
Based on the variant, based on how it affects your body, You just don't know.
As someone who had it, who watched my family have it, we all had different symptoms.
We all had different severity of COVID.
I did okay.
My dad did okay.
My mom did not.
And my mom is perfectly healthy, but she still ended up in the hospital.
Now, praise God, she came out and she's okay, but it affects everybody differently.
And so this idea that just the vaccine is going to work to keep everybody safe, that you can just do these protocols laid out by the government, no.
We need to give people access to the vaccine, educate them about why they should take it, and not leave out therapeutics.
And by the way, if we focused more on what people could do once they got sick or preemptively, do you know how much more trusting I think there would be?
I mean, more people who have vaccine hesitancy, I think, would be more apt To get the vaccine.
That's what their end goal is.
833-33-GORKA.
Now it just seems this all or nothing approach and we're going to punish you if you don't comply.
That becomes a problem.
833-33-GORKA.
Sam in Los Angeles on line two.
Hi, Sam.
Hi.
Hi.
Something that's a little off topic.
I'm listening to you guys.
I love your show in the morning.
Something that you mentioned, I hope Dr. Gorka will reemphasize.
When we look at these approval ratings for Joe Biden, which are in the high 30s and low 40s, this is with a media that props him up and supports him.
What would things be like?
What would his approval rating be like if he received even just half the venom that President Trump used to receive?
This is 100% true, Sam.
And you know what?
It's a great point.
You have all of these polls that are coming out showing him, you're right, now in the upper 30s, usually hovering around 36 or 38%.
And this is with everybody gathering around him.
But they're starting to move away.
And they're starting to move away because the problems are becoming too big to overlook.
And maybe it was Afghanistan that woke up the news media.
Maybe it was just the debacle that came after that.
COVID, the economy, inflation.
Yes, you still have a favorable news media, but they aren't making up accomplishments of Biden anymore.
Now they're just spending all of their time talking once again about what?
Everybody's favorite topic in the news media.
Big League.
They're talking about President Trump.
They're talking about January 6th.
I heard Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough today romanticizing The fact that President Trump could go to jail for 20 years for his role on January 6th, which was probably nothing.
It's just unbelievable.
So you're seeing a shift in the media.
But when it comes to problems, what is the biggest one facing you that the Biden administration created?
There's a new poll that's out and I want to ask you that question as well.
833-33-GORKA.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
This is America First.
The End

The End
The End Thanks for joining us on America First.
I'm Jennifer Horn, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today.
Don't forget to check out Seb's store if you need Let's Go Branded merchandise, if you need some patriotic gear, if you need some MAGA Guy or MAGA Girl cups.
It's time to find him.
SebGorkaStore.com is the place for all of that, for all of your needs.
And of course the books are available, Defeating Jihad, The War for America's Soul, and Why We Fight, all available at SebGorkaStore.com.
Now, we talked about some of the problems of the Biden administration.
By the way, this whole program long, we've got the economy, inflation, his Build Back Better plan, which was supposed to be landmark legislation for him.
That is essentially dead at the moment.
You've got foreign policy issues that are problematic.
You have COVID still running pretty rampant throughout the country, despite his attempt to lock people down and mandate the heck out of everybody.
And you have his foreign policy procedures or policies, failures with Russia, with China, with Iran, and of course, at the border, where it's expected 2 million people are going to have entered this country illegally in this year alone, thanks to the Biden presidency.
Now let that sink in for a little bit.
2 million.
And these are just the ones that we know about.
833-33-GORKA.
This failure at the border is a problem that we don't even know the end result of yet.
We talk about crime, we talk about all the problems that are ripping apart our American cities.
How much of that brought in through our southern border?
Right now, and this was stunning, we talked so much about COVID, about suicide.
The number one cause of death of young people That's fentanyl overdoses.
Fentanyl is flowing across our southern border.
And it's not just being pumped in from Mexico.
This is fentanyl coming from China, exploiting our open borders under Joe Biden and coming into the country and killing our young people.
The number one killer in the country of young people is fentanyl overdoses.
And so for that reason, over the weekend, Governor Greg Abbott from Texas decided that he would take it upon himself in the state of Texas to start building again the border wall.
Remember, there are sections of the border wall that have materials just laying there, rusting away, because the Biden administration didn't want to keep up the Trump-era policy of building the wall.
So Governor Abbott and the folks in Texas started building.
Texas is taking what truly is unprecedented action by any state ever For a state to build a wall on our border to secure and safeguard the sovereignty of the United States as well as our own state.
And this unprecedented action is needed for one single reason.
And that's because the Biden administration has failed to do its job as required by the constitution, as required by laws passed by Congress to enforce the immigration laws of the United States of America.
Imagine that.
Enforce the immigration laws.
Enforce our border.
The Biden administration won't.
So now states are going to do it themselves.
And the consequences of Biden's failure to do his job are staggering.
Already this year, there have been more than 1.2 million people who have been apprehended coming across the border illegally.
Those are the people apprehended and do not count all of those who were not apprehended.
Those people, they're not just coming from Mexico.
They're coming through Mexico from more than 150 countries across the entire globe, including people coming from countries who are hostile to the United States of America.
Countries like China, Iran, Syria, Russia.
This isn't anymore just about people in need from Mexico or from Central America who are coming across the border to find a better life.
These are about criminals who are looking to come here and exploit our country.
And gosh, there's no bigger proof of that than what happened just earlier today.
In fact, we'll talk about that coming up next.
A terrorist picked up at the border, a Saudi Arabian potential terrorist who was nabbed at the United States-Mexico border.
Listen to this.
This is not someone who is in need.
This is not someone who is suffering because of climate change, like the left likes to tell you, or because they don't have a job.
This is a potential terrorist with links to a number of Yemeni subjects of interest.
And this person was captured in Arizona late last week.
It just made news today after illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.
It's according to the U.S.
Border Patrol.
They announced this today.
He's 21 years old, apprehended Thursday night, entering the U.S.
from Mexico through Yuma, Arizona.
They sent out a tweet confirming this.
He appears to have been wearing a jacket emblazoned with an American flag patch and another that said, Central Oneida County Volunteer.
And they have this guy in custody.
This is someone who has links to terrorist groups.
This is who the Biden administration is letting in.
Becomes a problem.
We'll tell you what states like Texas are going to continue to do to fight back.
833-33-GORKA, the number to call.
Jennifer Horne in for Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
America First
America
First America First
.
Thank you.
Welcome back to America First!
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today.
It's such a pleasure to be hanging out with you Christmas week.
Merry Christmas to all of you from all of us here at America First.
I host the Morning Answer in Los Angeles on AM 590, AM 870.
The answer with Grant Stinchfield and love to be here as well talking about California and all the big news of the day, usually Wednesdays here on the program.
And boy, living in California, we're a border state.
Texas, Arizona, you're all feeling our pain a bit.
And it was over the weekend.
That the Texas governor, Greg Abbott, said, you know what?
We're going to pick up this wall.
And they started building over 800 feet of the wall, which of course is just a drop in the bucket.
But it is showing you that when the Biden administration and the feds fail, states like Texas are now picking up and they are going to continue President Trump's project to continue building the wall.
Governor Abbott over the weekend said that there are many reasons for this.
Now, we just told you about a guy picked up in Yuma, Arizona, who had ties to a terrorist group out of Yemen.
We've got fentanyl coming across the border yesterday.
You have crimes, human trafficking.
We're incentivizing literally women and kids to be preyed upon when they make their trek into this country.
This is a huge support of organized crime in this country, in Mexico, and in China.
The Biden administration is allowing it, and not only allowing it, incentivizing it.
More from Governor Abbott over the weekend.
Also, devastatingly, what's coming across our border Are people who are involved in human trafficking, which is a modern-day slavery, where they are trafficking women and young children, sometimes engaged in sex trafficking, not just on the way to the border, but after they come through the border.
And we're seeing something devastating that the Biden administration is not doing enough to respond to, and that is the enormous amount of the deadly drug fentanyl that's coming across our border.
Two milligrams of fentanyl is a deadly dose.
And we have already apprehended enough fentanyl to kill every man, woman, and child in Texas, California, New York, Illinois, and Florida combined.
There was a report that just came out yesterday.
Forget our system not being able to handle the onslaught of people looking to come here and use the services of the government.
Two million probably by the end of the year.
But the number, the amount of drugs coming from China through Mexico literally killing our people and it is finding its way into things.
And look, I'm not a drug person.
I make no excuse for people who are using illegal drugs.
But there are people who buy one thing, and they end up with fentanyl, and they end up dead.
And fentanyl is now the number one killer of young people in this country, and it is all because of Biden border policies.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
Linda in Nevada on line 4.
Hi, Linda.
You're on America First.
Jennifer Horn in for Sebastian Gorka.
Merry Christmas.
Oh, Merry Christmas to you, Jennifer.
It's nice to talk to you.
Nice to talk to you, too.
You're doing a good job today, I just have to tell you.
Thank you.
You know, I was speaking to the gentleman earlier today, and I've asked this question to so many people, and it's about the border.
How in the world can they get away with locking this up, the vaccine mandate, these passports here, all this, and they can still have an open border?
And it's like, If you ask anybody, like I have friends that are on the left, I'll ask them and they'll tell me, the border is secure.
Somehow they're getting this information.
I know people who live in Texas and Arizona, and believe me, it's very difficult for them down there.
So that's what I have to say.
I think I don't understand how they can tell us all this because I'm not getting vaccinated.
I'm 67.
Nowhere near.
And I respect your choice.
You have to do what's right for your health.
I haven't gotten vaccinated either.
I had allergies to a shot.
And Linda, I don't know that I want to do this.
And I don't want the government telling me that I have to.
And I think you bring up one of the great hypocrisies in all of this.
And I think we're going to hear more from Biden tomorrow.
Unfortunately, I don't think it's good news for those of us who are un-vaxxed.
When the president addresses the country tomorrow, I expect that he is going to vilify those who have chosen not to get unvaccinated.
He's going to call this a pandemic of the unvaccinated.
He's going to say that the people who are vaccinated can live a great life and the unvaccinated, the angel of death is coming towards you.
We know this because this is what the White House literally said in a statement earlier today.
But the White House has not been able to answer one question.
How they can justify people coming into this country without COVID tests, without testing, without checking their health status, and certainly without getting the vaccine.
And the reason you haven't gotten an answer to that question, Linda, is because they don't have one.
Jen Psaki has been asked about this during White House press briefings.
I have seen her.
And she refers it always to the Department of Homeland Security.
She can never answer the question.
Because the truth is, they want to put the screws to Americans.
They want to put the screws to people who are here, paying their taxes, following the laws, and the criminals, the people coming into the country illegally, they get to run free.
Thanks so much for the phone call.
Betsy in Texas on line one.
Hi Betsy, you're on America First.
Hi!
Hi Jennifer, you do such a good job.
Oh, aren't you sweet?
Thank you, Betsy.
Thank you.
I have a question for you.
Our answer is to get these buffoons out of the White House.
And if we vote, how can we be sure that there's not going to be fraud, deceit, theft, or cheating in the next election?
What measures are being implemented?
I still think Elder won in California.
Yeah.
I just saw Elder.
I just said, hey, Governor Sage, he's just down the hall from me right now.
And you know what?
I don't know if he won in California.
There are a lot of people in California.
The unions really turned out to try to run against him.
He will tell you it was one of the hardest things that he ever did when he ran for governor.
But I will say this.
We have a fight ahead of us.
And if the most important thing that you do this holiday season over the next couple of weeks is educate yourself on the voting rights bill.
It's coming up.
It's going to be the first priority of Democrats.
They're going to try to make Republicans pay.
They're going to try to make the country pay since we struck down.
Joe Manchin said no to voting on the Build Back Better bill.
Don't think for a second That they aren't going to use the Omicron variant and the pandemic to try to extend what's happened in 2020 now into 2022 in the midterms.
Watch that voting rights bill.
Watch it and call every single senator and congressperson near you that is on the fence.
We need to call Joe Manchin.
Make sure that he is supporting Voting down this bill, because it will be almost impossible to solidify the security of elections if that bill gets passed.
Take it from me in California, where we are an all-mail-in system, where the voting rolls get overwhelmed by illegal voters, people who shouldn't be on the voter rolls.
They bring in programs like Motor Voter, where illegal immigrants get registered in the number hundreds of thousands of people.
Who shouldn't be on the voter rolls.
Watch that bill.
Absolutely.
And make sure that you participate in voting that one down.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka.
833-33 Gorka.
your calls next.
Thank you.
The End
Thanks for joining us on America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Thanks for having me today.
This three hours, it just flew by very, very quickly.
Thanks to Seb and to the whole gang, Jeff and Eric and John.
Thank you guys all, and thank all of you for listening as well today.
And it wouldn't be a proper ending to this show if we didn't talk about President Trump, because come on.
The guy is in the news.
He has been traveling all over the place, doing all kinds of interviews, and apparently he is headed back to court.
Cue the law and order sounder.
President Trump has sued the New York Attorney General, Letitia James, in an effort to halt the probe into the Trump Organization.
And this is a long time coming.
Letitia James has it out for President Trump.
She always has.
She's empowered the Southern District of New York to go after him for multiple reasons.
Nothing has panned.
I mean, nothing has come from this.
Nothing.
But yet it's lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit, investigation after investigation after investigation.
So former President Trump today said Merry Christmas to Letitia James and New York in federal court trying to get her to stop her long-running civil investigation into his business practices.
The suit was filed in the U.S.
District Court in the Northern District of New York and argues that Letitia James' inquiry into the business dealings of President Trump, which has lasted for more than two years, has violated the former president's constitutional rights.
Letitia James targets President Trump with a callous disregard for the ethical and moral obligations she swore to abide by when she became Attorney General.
This according to Trump's attorney, Alina Haba.
She said that in a statement on Monday.
She said that by filing the lawsuit, Trump's legal team intends to not only hold her accountable for her blatant constitutional violations, but to stop her bitter crusade to punish her political opponents In its tracks.
So we'll see where that goes.
But a new lawsuit underway for the New York Attorney General, who has time to fight it, by the way, because she made the announcement last week that she won't be running for governor in the state of New York.
Now, President Trump, over the weekend, he did a couple of interviews.
He was with Maria Bartiromo on Fox Business.
He was also with Mike Huckabee, the former governor of Arkansas, on Newsmax.
It was embarrassing for stores to say Merry Christmas.
You'd see these big chains.
They want your money, but they don't want to say Merry Christmas.
And they'd use reds and they'd use whites and snow, but they wouldn't say Christmas.
And when I started campaigning, this was in 2015, when I started campaigning, I said, you're going to say Merry Christmas again.
And now people are saying it.
Of course, they're not saying a lot of other things like George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson.
You know, those names are being obliterated because of craziness.
But they are saying Merry Christmas again.
We got that.
That was a big part of what I was doing.
I would say it all the time during that period, that we want them to say, Merry Christmas.
Don't shop at stores that don't say Merry Christmas.
And I'll tell you, we brought it back very quickly.
And he did.
Don't you remember early on, it might have been before he was even inaugurated, Make Christmas Great Again events?
I think people are a lot less afraid now to say Merry Christmas.
And that's what I'll say to all of you.
Thank you guys for joining us today.
Merry Christmas to all of you from all of us.
Seb Gorka will be back tomorrow.
