In fact, a very, um, now we would say naive individual, a leading member of the intellectual elite, wrote an article that turned into a book called The End of History and the Last Man.
That neoconservative Francis Fukuyama made, I don't know, millions probably out of the following thesis.
The West has now been victorious twice.
It has won the ideological war against fascists in the Second World War, defeated Hitler's Third Reich, stopped the final solution from going global, enslaving millions and killing millions, and then Thirty years ago, we won against the ideological foe that replaced fascism, which was, of course, communism.
And his argument was, that's it, democracy, that's it, we're victorious forever.
The future of man, amazing and just totally Hegelian kind of argument.
He said the future of mankind will only be a democratic future and the future of humanity will rest solely upon, if you're old enough you know what a graphic equalizer is, is playing with the sliders and the knobs on the graphic equalizer of state management.
Everything's done, there will be no more ideological challenges.
What happened?
Yugoslavia collapsed and then 800,000 people were murdered in a civil war on the liminal borderline between free and communist, formerly communist Europe.
Then we saw the rise of jihadism.
And then 9-11 and 3,000 Americans killed in 102 minutes.
And today we have Communism back here in America.
Yes, that faculty member at NYU, Kay Gabriel.
They don't even have the names, boy or girl.
is risible, is laughable, is comic.
But when you see the polls, 60% plus of millennial Americans would prefer to live in a socialist or communist America.
We have work to do.
And that's why we are here every single day fighting back on the extremists, the radicalized Democrat Party that must be stopped, that must be trounced, that must be totally destroyed in the next election.
And it's up to you.
And it's up to me.
Get engaged.
Get politically active.
Because literally, we have a republic to save.
Okay.
That was fun.
Didn't rehearse any of that.
We need a break, though, now and again, don't we?
Don't we need a little bit of fun now and again, even if it's upside down?
We need to travel!

What's a good...
What do I talk about there?
Oh, oh.
Are these trans clowns trying to make me laugh?
Let's do that.
Jen's got to switch the phone today.
Okay.
Just one way to think about it.
It's really dark, but to think about it.
Imagine any of those people, those communist revolutionaries, trying to last in Soviet Russia for like five years.
Oh my god!
Yeah, I mean... Gone in the blink of an eye.
Hey, it's Jeff with Sebastian Gorka.
We're gonna need a revolution.
If Lenin could take one look at the descendants of ideology, even he would be terrified of what he would see.
We need a revolution.
Okay.
Are you going to win that revolution?
Maybe the capitalists are right all along.
I don't think you're going to win that revolution.
I'm going to be honest.
All right.
Here we go.
Goldman up.
And ready to speak.
Yep.
He's on the line.
Excellent.
Yeah, Eric, that's a big joke there.
What?
Throwing quote-unquote communist revolutionaries in the United States.
Can you just play that cut again?
That's so insane.
I need to see that again.
Okay, cut eight.
Here it is again.
Why do we say that?
Trans liberation calls for communist revolution.
This kind of economic transformation that would be a kind of communist horizon, right?
A world in which everyone has what they need.
So why does this immediately matter to trans people?
Well, what do trans people in our particularity have to say or to offer that expands the universalism of a communist society, right?
Which is to say, one that would be achieved In time, through processes and events that we could call revolutionary, that we would have to call revolutionary.
Where did you find that, Geoff?
No, Breitbart wrote about it.
Can you get Cass here to post that right away?
Here, are you ready for the transgender communist revolution?
Alright, give me our friend.
He's ready to go.
David!
The best, and what a pleasure to hear your voice.
Yours too.
Did you have a pleasant Hanukkah?
Yes, thank you very much indeed.
And I wish you in advance a very merry Christmas.
Good.
Can't wait to get going.
20 seconds and we are live across the nation.
Stand by, my friend.
All right.
Stand by.
Stand by.
America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
We're going to be joined later today by the president of the Job Creators Network, Jennifer Horne's going to be with us.
Julio Rosas is going to talk to us about what he saw when he was on the border, our townhall.com colleague.
But before Julio joins us, before Alfredo joins us, we've got to stop the mandate.
We have to stop the mandate.
It is crushing small businesses.
They don't know how many employees they're going to lose.
These cases to be fought all the way up to the Supreme Court cost a lot of money, but the JobCreators Network is there to fight for small businesses, the lifeblood of America, who employ 60 million Americans.
We've got to stop the mandate.
Will you support JobCreators Network?
Check out their website, blockthemandate.com today.
It's illegal, it's unconstitutional, and it must be stopped.
That's blockthemandate.com, blockthemandate.com.
We are Welcoming our first guest of the day.
He is the author, most recently, of... I was going to have a debate.
I ran out of time in the monologue.
Which is better, Star Trek or Star Wars?
I think he's answered this with the title of his book, You Will Be Assimilated.
Just like the Borg, China's plan to Sino-form the world.
David P. Goldman, welcome back to America First.
Dr. Gorka, pleasure and a privilege.
Thanks for inviting me.
I've got to get your reaction first.
I think it was two days ago, three days ago, the Biden administration holds their virtual video democracy summit.
Let me be clear.
It was called a summit for democracy.
in which a minister from Taiwan was speaking using a map in which Taiwan was not colored the same color as communist China.
The feed of the minister was cut by the White House.
They made some excuse but it was clearly transparent because when the feed was re-established there was a chyron, there was a subscript on the feed that the White House had put up, David, that said the comments of this participant I think the Chinese are looking at us with astonishment and contempt.
Maybe the computer told me to do so.
put it thusly how does beijing look at that little fracker david i think the chinese are looking at us with astonishment and contempt uh maybe the computer told me to do so i'm not making this up sebastian but The U.S.
military now has a software tool to predict how the Chinese government will react to U.S.
actions in the region.
That's according to Reuters, December 15th.
We don't understand China, so we'll have a computer tell us what to do.
You can't make stuff like this up.
No, but help me understand this because you are our, you know, our sinologist.
You are, of course, the Spengler columnist for Asia Times.
What is the neuralgia with Formosa?
What is the establishment's absolute paranoia?
Are they afraid that if we say the country of Taiwan here in DC, do they really think that the People's Liberation Army will launch missiles and battle carrier groups within seconds of us saying that Taiwan isn't China?
If the United States formally supports Taiwanese sovereignty and abandons the one China policy and strategic ambiguity, then the high probability is we will have a war In the western Pacific, and China will win it, as the configuration of forces now stand, because for the Chinese government, the integrity of Taiwan as part of China is an existential issue.
It's a matter of survival of the Chinese state, and not only the communist state, indeed any Chinese state.
China's nightmare has always been a rebel province because it's not a country.
It's got 300 languages and dozens of ethnicities, and many times it's split up into competing provinces controlled by warlords with decades of chaos.
The last time that happened was not too long ago, 1920s, 1930s.
So in order to mitigate that possibility, China will indeed go to war over that issue.
And just at the moment, we're not well positioned to have a war with China, so I don't think we should.
So we should maintain strategic ambiguity and the one-child policy.
And the future of Taiwan is just living in this limbo, David?
The future of Taiwan is to disappear demographically.
Taiwan has an average of one child per female.
Thirty years from now, they'll have 85 retirees for every 100 workers to support, and the economy will fold up unless they have mass migration from the mainland, at which point that issue will become moot, or be reintegrated.
Unless Taiwan decides they want to have children, they're not going to be there in 30 or 40 years.
So the situation will naturally zero itself out.
That's harsh, and it's not what people like to hear, but those are the facts, Sebastian.
The book is You Will Be Assimilated, China's Plan to Sinoform the World.
Follow this man at David P. Goldman.
Talk to us about what's happening internally in China.
We follow the news, the Taiwanese overflights, the building of these fake atolls with these strategic runways.
Is the military fully subservient?
Is Xi really a neo-imperial leader?
Or are there factions inside Communist China today?
Oh, she has plenty of people who hate him.
China was surely one of the more corrupt countries in the world, and she took away the wealth and privilege of a great deal of people by way of centralizing power.
It's like the mafia saying, we don't want the underboss to skin the skin.
The skin belongs to us.
So yeah, she's position is always delicate.
However, I do not believe that the PLA, People's Liberation Army, represents a center of power against him, because what she has done is to give massive resources to the high-tech side of the PLA, particularly their missile forces, submarines, electronic warfare, and so forth, and hollow out the very low-quality, recruit-driven infantry, which is one of the worst infantries in the
sink American aircraft carriers, make American planes fall out of the sky with electronic measures and things like that.
Best book on it, Admiral Stavridis' 2034, about a war in the Western Pacific that at this point, nobody can win.
Scary book, but worth reading.
So are they deluding themselves?
Because usually war is something that cannot be compartmentalized.
Once the genie is out of the bottle, that's it.
Do they really think that they can and should fight a war with America and it could be compartmentalized to just high-tech standoff weapons and it won't involve a broader conflagration?
Oh, no, the Chinese Communist Party will not fight a war to get things that it believes it will get without fighting a war.
And if the policy of strategic ambiguity, one China and so forth, continues, eventually, yes, Taiwan, some decades from now, will fall into their lap like ripe fruit.
So they will not provoke a war if things are going in that direction.
If they believe that the United States wants to promote Taiwanese sovereignty, a formal split, they will go to war because in that case it's worth it.
Yeah, in the meantime, while they don't want to provoke a war unnecessarily from their vantage point, this administration is censoring the Taiwanese diplomats and ministers, and I think the Beijing regime is very happy they are doing so.

Told me they just wrote a...
Yeah, I know.
A rather nasty review of Molly Hemingway's new book.
Could you find that for me, Eric?
Who?
Which website?
Claremont.
Claremont?
Yes, it's in Claremont.
The current Claremont Review of Books does have a nasty review of Molly Hemingway's book, which says she vastly overplays the extent of vote fraud.
Yes, it's written by Andrew E. Bush.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah, let me see.
Claremont.
Somebody said that the real issue for the reviewer was that she wasn't critical enough of President Trump.
Yes, it's written by Andrew E. Bush.
Yes, I found it.
I'll print it off now.
Who is that?
Do we know who that is?
I've never met the man.
Andrew E. Bush, according to it, he's the Crown Professor of Government at Claremont McKenna College.
Interesting.
Let's come in, in this segment, with the cut I didn't use yesterday from Nancy.
Oh, the one with Biden being perfect?
Yes.
That was yesterday's 9, I believe?
Yes, 9.
- That's nine. - Yeah. - Okay.
Oh, yesterday, did we post the celebrity song?
Did you ask Casio?
No, you said... I think so, let me see.
Two minutes.
Claremont is a big tent and they have many opinions in there.
That's one thing I like about them.
Unlike the East Coast Straussians who are run like a Trotskyite party cell.
Oh my gosh.
Play for me, cut six.
No, we didn't.
We didn't?
No.
Were you asking to?
Yeah.
Eric stepped out for one moment.
Yeah.
And let me see, cut six, if you can.
And we've got locals in Relief Factor here.
Yep, I just did locals, so I'm going to do, um, merch.
You have the Democratic Party and the Anti-Democratic Party.
Because only one of these parties cares whether you get a vote in an election.
Take the case of former chief of staff and clinically depressed potato.
Mark Meadows.
Meadows, at first, agreed to cooperate with the January 6th congressional investigation, then quickly, unagreed.
So last night, the House voted to hold Meadows in criminal contempt.
You're laughing.
Hell yeah.
Criminal contempt.
That's comedy, right?
Someone let Schlichter know that Colbert stole his line.
What?
Potato.
Remember, that's what he called Schlichter.
These ratings are so bad now, my theory is they're just using them as political things to whoever's there.
Yeah, but what does the business owner think?
What does the owner think?
This thing is nosediving, man.
TV, seriously, all those networks, they're going to apps that's tied up in contracts, they can't get out of it, so they're using them.
Yeah, that's a good idea.
Yeah.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Prison Fellowship.

Thank you.
Thank you.
He's just perfect.
The timing couldn't be better.
And Madam Vice President, we're inspired by your work for the people as you continue to be an invaluable partner to President Biden.
So the cackler is invaluable and Biden is perfect.
That was Nancy, shockingly, at a fundraiser, clearly living in an alternate universe.

Breaking news, There's been a voice vote in the Senate today, David, to pass, finally, the Uyghur forced labor bill that theoretically will prevent U.S.
companies from profiting On products made in Chinese Uyghur labor camps.
Has to be still signed by President Biden.
Is this significant, David?
Is this a drop in the ocean?
A little too little too late?
Or could it be a sea change bell?
Well, Sebastian, there's nothing we can do about the Uyghurs.
This is a Chinese internal matter.
The Chinese tend to solve their problems brutally and in a repugnant way that shocks our conscience.
But short of invading them and overthrowing the government, which we're not going to do, there's nothing we can do about it.
But should American companies be profiting from goods made in labor camps?
No, absolutely they should not.
But that by itself is sticks and stones, break my bones.
They don't care what we think of them.
And it has minimal economic effect.
The real issue with China is that they are years ahead of us in 5G mobile broadband.
That's like the railroads in the 19th century.
That's the bearer of the next industrial revolution.
Very good report by Eric Schmidt, former head of Google, and Graham Allison of Harvard came out last week saying the Chinese are years ahead of us there and they're threatening to leapfrog us in quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and a whole bunch of fields, because they put trillions of dollars behind us, and we're twiddling our thumbs.
What is the final scenario, let's say 10 or 20 years from now, if nothing is done to address that ever-increasing gap, what will be the, to use a Cold War phrase, the correlation of forces between China and America, David?
All these things have weapons implications.
The next generation of weapons will be Chinese, not the United States.
And just as the United States crushed the evil Soviet Union by overwhelming it technologically, and Star Wars, the Strategic Defense Initiative, was the icing on the cake, the Chinese will overwhelm us.
They will be the dominant power in the world.
We'll be poor, insecure, and subservient to them, and I don't like that idea.
But government action could change that, David?
I've said this before, Sebastian, but back when John F. Kennedy was president, Ronald Reagan was president, we had national goals.
We had the vision of going to the moon, of defending the United States against ballistic missiles.
We created the digital age.
We invented the modern world.
It was all American back then.
And through neglect and torpor, and to some extent sabotage, We've let the Chinese get a jump on us, but it's only a jump.
This is a long fight and it's not over yet.
We've still got plenty of things we can do to make America the greatest country in the world, make America great again.
In the meantime, we see the footage of Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin having their television conference, which was opened by the former KGB colonel calling the dictator of China His very good friend in stating that relations between Russia and China have never been better.
We've been talking to the Spengler columnist for the Asia Times, David Goldman.

Did we give a title to A?
Uh, yes.
All right, we need to record one of these, right?
Are these the same?
Um, no, they are not the same.

They're the same.
They're the same thing?

Portions of America First are brought to you in part by JobCreators Network.
We'll get to the big question later.
Oh, is Alfredo coming on?
He is.
Yes, indeed.
So excited.
We mentioned the StopTheMandate.com and we are delighted, honored to have with us the president of the JobCreators Network because we have to navigate through the latest information on inflation from the CBO.
Alfredo, are you there?
I am here, Seb.
Good afternoon.
How are you?
I'm angry.
I'm looking at the latest measure of inflation, the Consumer Price Index.
You're on the front lines fighting for small businesses across the nation.
Tell us the truth about inflation in America under this regime.
Well, you know, it's all transitory, Seb.
Yes!
You know, I mean, it really doesn't exist.
Look the other way.
You'll never be there.
I mean, this is just so ridiculous.
I mean, at what point are they going to finally admit that they have a massive crisis on their hands?
When we predicted Jimmy Carter-style inflation at the beginning of this year, I was hoping I was wrong, but we were right on target, sadly enough.
The latest number said 6.8%, almost 7% year over year.
Hang on, I've got to stop you, Alfred.
Yeah, yeah.
That we would see this, 6% in less than a year after the election?
Well, you know what?
When I saw the kind of spending that was being, the trillions of dollars that was being thrown into the economy, and the basically 0% interest rates, I mean, it had to heat up.
You know, I actually had predicted 10%, 9 to 10% by the end of the year, and sadly, I might be pretty close to that, Seb.
All right, let's talk about the spending, specifically the Build Back Better bill.
The CBO, which doesn't belong to any party, it's not a conservative organization, it is the Congressional Budget Office, has said that these spending bills will actually cost more than the target figure the bill has actually explained is the cost of the bill.
Why is the White House denying the reality that you can't spend three trillion dollars at the cost of nothing?
It's ridiculous.
Well, remember, they had us believe, or wanted us to believe, that it was $1.7 trillion.
Only $1.7 trillion, by the way.
But they did all of the accounting gimmicks.
You know, for example, they took, you know, the child care piece, and it was like $110 billion per year, and they only said it was going to last one year.
Well, please, I mean, when's the last time you had a government handout program last one year and then get canceled?
Never going to happen.
You know, stuff like that.
The CBO took all of that accounting gimmicks out of it, And it was an extra $3 trillion.
Also, it was almost $5 trillion for this bill.
And it was estimated to add, you know, about $2 trillion to the federal deficit.
So in the words of Biden, it's a bunch of malarkey.
And the effect, talk to us, let's cycle back, let's circle back, as Saki likes to say.
What happens to inflation, Alfredo, when you start spending money like it's going out of style?
Yeah, well, Seb, you know, and we missed one thing, too, that just came out the other day, was the producer price index.
And I think you and I talked last time that the producer price index actually is a precursor to what's going to happen to the consumer price index, right?
Because that's basically what manufacturers are feeling, and then they have to pass on those costs to the consumers, right, which is kind of that CPI piece.
So that was almost 10%.
So again, this 7% roughly, I think, is probably going to come in closer to 8% to 8.5% by the end of the year.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
You look at gas, for example, it's almost increased 60%.
Oil for fuel, another 60%.
Electric costs, up 11%.
You know, utility-type gas services increasing 25 percent.
I mean, these are real numbers.
And then the White House is actually trying to get away reporting core inflation, which strips out energy costs and food costs.
Please, the two things that hit the lower middle class the hardest, right?
They were trying to strip out and say, look how good we're doing.
Well, don't forget, there was a two cent decrease in the price of gas and they said that's really an amazing achievement.
Alfredo Ortiz, he's the president of the Job Creators Network.
You keep your finger on the pulse of small businesses, the people that employ more than 60 million Americans across the country.
What is your polling data telling you?
What are their biggest concerns right now, Alfredo?
Inflation.
I mean, it was, you know, it was obviously the labor shortage.
It was, you know, the potential for taxes, you know, from the bill.
But now it's inflation.
I mean, because it is hitting them from all directions.
And then on top of all that, you have all these, you know, talk about mandates and, you know, which is obviously, you know, something that we sued.
OSHA was the employer mandate for over 100 employees.
But these are it's just coming at these small businesses in every single way possible because the labor shortage and the mask mandates and vaccine mandates and, you know, inflation that, you know, nine, 10 percent.
I mean, these guys are I mean, it's unbelievable that we don't see more small businesses going out of business.
Can you give us an update?
What is the avenue of attack?
You're filing lawsuits.
How long is it going to take?
Does it give any certitude?
Are these small businesses aware of how many people they may lose in the interim?
Well, right now, everything's still on hold.
It's kind of going through the court system.
There's almost three dozen suits, actually.
We were the first ones in, but there are about three dozen total across the country, so they've all gone into one different circuit court.
And it's just kind of making its way through the judicial system.
I can pretty much guarantee, Jeb, that this will end up in the Supreme Court.
And, you know, it's our job to just keep on fighting for these small businesses because they don't have anybody else to do it.
Well, you're talking to millions of listeners across the country, employees of small businesses, owners of small businesses.
In the last few seconds we have with you, Alfredo Ortiz, what is your message to those businesses that are just trying to survive?
Well, all I can say is, you know, you are the backbone of our communities, the backbone of our country.
We at Job Creators Network salute you, appreciate you, keep on fighting.
We're fighting for you 24-7.

- I hate to say it, but perhaps we're witnessing the creation of a new Lin Wood right before our very eyes.
If he's doing that.
No, that's not.
It was the woman before him.
Oh, okay.
It was the public defender.
Right.
But how is the public defender allowed to give interviews?
Insane.
Insane.
That whole case, man.
It's just been all that's been on that TV for... What, the Michigan shoot?
Yeah.
That is one of the... Again, interesting to think how that is definitely getting more coverage at this point than the Waukesha thing.
Or... Just laying Maxwell on all that.
Yeah, yeah.
That is still happening.
Alright.
It's, I don't know, it plays with the fear-mongering stuff and all that.
People are definitely, I see, the circles I'm in, people are comparing this to that.
Remember that school shooting in Texas where the, uh, it was a black kid who shot, like, three students and a teacher, and then he got off on bail, like, the next day.
Oh, that's right.
But nobody died?
Right.
Yeah, no one died, but, like, he even posted on social media celebrating getting out the next day, and then you have this kid who's literally being charged with terrorism on top of everything else, and it's just, like, ugh.

Alright, we've got 20 seconds.

What makes you call in today?
I called in today because I've been watching you on my computer on Rumble But there's a lag or I can't get you.
Yeah, there was a technical difficulty today.
I can get you immediately on my phone.
Yeah, there's a technical difficulty with Rumble today.
We told them.
So guys, I think we're live streaming on Facebook.
But thank you.
Is that it, Linda?
No, actually, I have you on Rumble on my phone.
Oh, good.
Excellent.
But it's not coming through on my computer.
So I wanted to let you know that.
Thank you.
I have a question.
A technical question.
You gotta be super quick.
We're up against the break.
You got 60 seconds.
Go ahead, Linda.
Why can't Joe Biden be held or kicked out of office because of the southern border?
Why hasn't he been charged with treason?
Well, who's going to charge him?
His own Attorney General?
Okay.

I apologize.
Not necessary.
Thank you, Linda, for your kind call.

Listen, talk about your hoodie.
Sunday was a great success, I think, from 10 to noon, so people will know, on Tustin Avenue at Orange, Tustin Planned Parenthood.
Sunday, we had a bunch of people, and one of the guys that was there actually had your America First star hoodie on.
It was very cool.
What a dude.
What a man of great taste.
I'm from L.A., from L.A.
That was very cool.
Glad to hear that you are standing up for the truth and standing up for the most vulnerable outside that Planned Parenthood.
You heard her.

I try not to be jealous.
It's pointless.
The green-eyed lady is never a good thing to give in to.
But you know what?
Just once, just once, I'd love to have a really big billboard with my face on it.
Why?
Because Jennifer Horne's got one!
Jennifer, welcome to America First!
It is pretty cool, Seb.
Those billboards that have gone up around L.A.
and Orange County, it's got My face with Grand Central.
I have to tell you, it's pretty surreal.
And you might appreciate this.
Last week, my dad had not seen one yet.
And, you know, I'm very lucky to have parents that are like my biggest fans and they're the sweetest people.
And so he's like, kid, we got to go out and see the billboard.
So we go and he's like, that's the greatest thing.
He's like, go stand in front of it so I can take your picture.
So I'm standing out there on the street and looking like a dork with him taking pictures of me and the billboard.
But hang on.
How high up is the billboard, Jennifer?
What?
Was it a fan?
So I'm on the ground, and he's taking my picture.
He's, like, literally standing across the street, and I'm sitting out there smiling and posing.
And this man goes, Jennifer Horne, is that you?
He saw me posing underneath my own billboard.
That's kind of embarrassing, isn't it?
Was it a fan?
Was it a fan?
It was a fan, thank goodness.
It was a fan who I had met before, and so thankfully he didn't laugh at me too much.
But I guess I just blew myself out of the water, didn't I, with that story?
And did they say, Whammo Blammo?
They did, Whammo Blammo.
That's gotta be the code!
Whammo Blammo!
Either way, it's got to be the code.

Tell us, you are on the road.
Usually, we have a direct video feed to you in your studio, but I literally, I'm pretty good on social media.
I cannot keep up with you, young lady, this week, because you have been on a charity whirlwind.
Will you tell us everything you're doing in California?
Absolutely, because this is actually one of my favorite things that I get to do with the radio station.
We partner with the California Highway Patrol, and they do a Chips for Kids program.
So each and every holiday season, I think since the 80s, the California Highway Patrol collects toys.
Individual divisions of the Highway Patrol collect toys.
That they give back to the communities that they serve and they do it in a couple of ways and I just think it's really neat because a lot of times you're meeting law enforcement or the California Highway Patrol on your worst day and a lot of times there are a lot of innocent kids that get swept up in that who might be scared and you know at an early age is when you want to form people's opinions about law enforcement that they're there actually to help keep people safe and that they're the good guys
And so what the California Highway Patrol will do is they collect toys from generous people, gift cards for teenagers and all kinds of toys and games and sports equipment.
And then they have groups that will ask them for help.
So they will write letters and say what kind of needs they have or if there's a family who's been adversely affected in the community by something.
And of course, with people out of work and the pandemic, it's still kind of a tough time as people recover in California since we've been shut down for so long.
And then they also carry around toys in the back of their cruisers.
So if they happen to make a stop on somebody who does have a young person in the car, they can offer them a toy and they can give them something, a little bit of comfort just in case there is something bad going on in their lives around the holiday.
So it's a great program and the station goes out each and every year and we do live broadcasts and we work with the CHP to bring in toys and we have had People bring in, I mean literally truckloads of toys from Caltrans.
They collect toys within their office and they bring out truckloads full of stuff.
Today we had a guy pull up in a cement mixing truck and dropped off toys this morning because they were listening to the program.
It makes you feel great and it's a really good cause and you know a lot of times with charities you don't know where, who is benefiting because you just kind of hand your money or your donation and you hope for the best.
This is a program where you can actually see it Make a difference in the community.
And so usually we have three toy drives.
This year we have four.
We've had two in L.A.
I'm in the Inland Empire today in Riverside County out in Murrieta and Temecula.
And then tomorrow morning I'm going to be in Costa Mesa.
And so if anyone's listening in California wants to come by, we'll be at Costa Mesa.
You can get more information on our station website, which is AM870TheAnswer.com.
I have to ask, do any of the motorbike cops show up?
Have you met Ponch Poncharello?
Have you met any of the cool dudes from CHP?
So yes, a lot of cool dudes from the CHP have come out.
And you know where I broadcast this morning?
Don't make me even more envious!
The billboards are enough, my dear!
This is when I wish you were local because we would have so much fun at these events.
I broadcasted today from an electric bike retail store.
Now, I know that sounds kind of funny, but these bikes are the coolest things that you have ever seen.
Have you been listening to my monologue?
You weren't listening an hour ago.
What did you say?
You know I was in a hotel!
What happened?
I said I was a spoilt only child and I was talking about greatest Christmas gifts I ever had.
The best one was the fall of the Soviet Union on Christmas Day 30 years ago.
Second to that, when I was about five, six years old, I got a trike, a police, an electric police trike.
That is so cool.
So what did you see today?
What's the coincidence?
Okay, so I saw a lot of bikes today.
You would have flipped out.
They had mopeds, electric bikes, like all kinds of fun stuff in all different motifs.
They had like cool, like black, like one with camouflage.
Did they have any with like blue lights and sirens?
They did not, but we could have probably customized one for you.
That would have been amazing.
Relive your childhood, why not?
Absolutely, why not.
Jennifer Horne, God bless you for doing that.
You are such a superstar.
Along with, you know, the guy you're training, Grant, whatever his name is.
He's in our cadet program.
The cadet program at The Answer, superb.
God bless you for doing what you do.
We'll get back to seeing you back on the screen next time.
Let's get down to work.
Let's talk about what's happening in California.
I've got to share with you, this is from ABC7.
This is not Los Angeles.
This isn't the Inland Empire.
This is San Francisco.
And it's totally surreal.
Cut five.
We see the aftermath of car break-ins all too often.
Windows smashed, glass shattered.
But now some people are getting so fed up, they're leaving their trunks open, hoping that'll at least spare them the hefty bill to get it fixed.
Call it the price of parking in the Bay Area.
Bracing for a break-in.
Everything is broken.
People here at least try to be persuasive, writing, please use the door or just flat out beg.
Please don't break the glass.
Nothing inside.
Is it the system broken politically when people leave the trunks of their cars open in signs, please don't break the glass?
Why do people keep electing Democrats, Jennifer?
This is the question that I have.
I don't know why we have Adam Schiff over and over again.
I don't know why we have the mayors that we do in San Francisco.
In Los Angeles.
I don't know why we have the governor that we do, because what has created this is a series of bad decisions of liberal district attorneys who have been able to empower themselves.
Gavin Newsom's cronies who have been advancing this soft on crime approach, which is coming home to roost.
I mean, think about this.
The year 2021, fifth largest economy on the globe, and people are leaving their trunks open so that their cars don't get broken into.
I mean, it's it's absolutely ridiculous.
And, you know, there is a little bit of of shift you have the mayor of san francisco london breed who loves to go to concerts massless well she masks up her whole city uh she gave the speech which was very impassioned it sounded like she took a red pill on monday she was talking about how there's bs that has destroyed the city and that she wants to refund the police isn't that just cya well this is the problem exactly right how much do you believe her
when just a few months ago she took 120 million dollars away from the police in san francisco when she's been empowering people to do drugs and defecate on the streets of her city by just leaving them there she She's the one that let the city go to the dogs, literally.
And now because it's an election year, because you all know when we come back from our holiday breaks on January 3rd, As we say, whammo blammo, we're going to be in the middle of midterm election season, and she's up for re-election like many of these people are.
And so now they say, oh no, now we have to act tough, like we want to give more power to the police.
Well, you're the reason we have the problem.
Nancy Pelosi this week said that there's a sense of lawlessness in this country, and she doesn't understand why, and she even joked to the reporter, maybe you can tell me.
I think you could tell her.
I could tell her.
It's people who have been empowered by Nancy Pelosi and her friends that have caused this.
They let people in and out of prison all day long.
There's no consequences.
The best part of that press conference from the mayor of San Francisco on the steps of, I guess, City Hall was she was being photobombed for the whole press conference by a couple getting married on the steps.
That's just hilarious.
With no masks, of course, just being photographed.
Lovely bride.
And then she just kind of didn't see any of it.
She's Jennifer Horne.
Follow her at Jennifer Horne on Twitter.
She's absolutely right.
It's Whammo Blammo.
Whammo Blammo time for the politicians in California.
But is it just because it's an election season?

Back with Jennifer after these messages.
Back with Jennifer
after these messages. - Mic's back on.
Yeah, Mike's on.
So, one of the things that I heard, we had a police chief call the program, and I think Grant's going to have him on Newsmax tonight, actually.
police chief, I think, from San Gabriel.
And he said that the attorney general, you know, appointed by Gavin Newsom, Rob Bonta, was supposed to come in and meet with retailers and with police chiefs from across the state.
And he was 30 minutes late.
He stayed for just about 20 minutes and made sure he did a press conference and took his photo before he left and apparently talked about nothing.
So.
Yeah, I just think it's all CYA, really.
That's what it is.
They know it's a bad message.
They see what happened in Virginia, they know.
Eric, can you come in with that thing that Jen mentioned, Pelosi, from yesterday?
The crime thing.
Oh, that was cut.
Which cut was that?
I'll tell you.
Because we just did the 9.
Yeah, it was after that.
It was late.
It was 14.
14.
Yeah, OK.
Coming with Pelosi.
Yesterday was 14.
That's great.
Got it.
So when were you in the Inland Empire?
Is that today?
That's today.
I'm sitting in the hotel right now in the business center.
Oh my gosh.
You mean the temporary radio studio?
It's the radio studio, exactly.
This is what I've got going on here.
And then I'm going to head over to Costa Mesa and hopefully they'll let me in the hotel early because I've got some work to catch up on.
It took me three hours to get here yesterday from LA.
It was quite the drive.
What?
The traffic is back, that's for sure.
Wow.
Well, and also they sent me to the Vong Hotel, which After a three-hour drive.
How dare they?
Not the happiest thing I saw yesterday.
And this morning, we had ice on our, like, I had ice on my windshield and I went, well, what do I do about this, California girl?
I know, I walked out and it was freezing today.
Literally.
I miss the cold.
It was so nice.
It felt very Christmassy, but I was like, what do people do when this happens?
So I turned on my defrost, and that wasn't really going.
So I had a cup of coffee with me, and I put that on the windshield, and I was later told that that could have cracked it.
So I guess that wasn't real bright, but it worked.
Who told you that?
The CHP.
He, like, went, oh, you shouldn't have done that.
And I said, it wasn't like it was forcing hot water.
It's safety glass.
I get boiling hot water, and I put it on my windscreen.
You do that.
So see, he made me feel so dumb.
I thought he was an idiot for it.
I get the kettle, and I pour it on the windscreen.
Okay, good.
So it works.
Yes, of course it works.
I wouldn't try it in the deepest Siberia at minus 100.
With boiling hot water.
Well, yeah, I don't think you can boil hot water in Siberia.
I think it's actually physically impossible.
It's that viral video of some guy in Siberia throwing boiling water off his balcony and it instantly turns to fire.
Great video.
Well, thanks for joining us.
I'm excited.
No, I'm glad we worked out.
Well, because yesterday I was in the car, so it would have been a little harder.
It tastes perfect.
Right.
30 seconds. 30 seconds.
Very close.
Nancy, we are doing.
We are doing.
The fact is that there is an attitude of lawlessness in our country that springs from I don't know where.
Maybe you do.
I think I know where the attitude of lawlessness springs from.
It springs from you, you harridan.
It springs from the Democrat party and all the George Soros funded DAs across states like California.
Is it true that you have a new imposed mask mandate in California?
AM 590 AM 870 The Answer.
She is on a charity drive right now in the Inland Empire.
God bless her.
Jennifer Horne.
Follow her on Twitter at Jennifer Horne.
Also CRN Talk.com.
Is it true that you have a new imposed mask mandate in California or most of California, Jennifer?
Yeah, some of us do.
What's really interesting is that Gavin Newsom, you know, we have, just picture this.
So the Rose Bowl, very notable landmark in Southern California, holds about 93,000 people.
So for the sake of argument, let's just say it's 100,000.
Now imagine that stadium packed with 100,000 people and 14 people have COVID.
That's what caused Governor Gavin Newsom to say we need to have the mask mandates put back into place in the state.
Now, already, I live in Los Angeles.
It's ridiculous.
It's totally locked down.
You have to wear a mask.
You have to show a vaccine card if you want to go out to Just 14 cases.
Not 14 deaths.
go to a salon if you want to go to the gym it is absolutely ridiculous but there are counties in california that seem to be a bit more free and so because these numbers are going up a little bit and again 14 of 100 000 we don't know how severely ill these people are we don't know if they're in the hospital we don't know if they're just 14 cases not 14 positive 14 positives 14 positives out of
Gavin Newsom and his cronies sound the alarm and say, well, now it's time to put us all back in masks again.
Now, what's great is that as I've been traveling through California and going through the Inland Empire and doing these charitable drives, Not many people in the Inland Empire are listening to Gavin Newsom.
Describe what's special, because you took me there, oh my gosh, before I joined the White... no, when was it?
A long time ago.
You took me there and it was... Right after you released Defeating Jihad.
We did a book finding event.
And it was a special piece of California.
Talk about what the Inland Empire is.
It's Riverside in San Bernardino County and there just are more conservative, more sane people that live here, more people with fight.
Riverside County is I think the only county in California that actually voted to recall Gavin Newsom.
So this is a really special place.
It's so funny because I'm fiddling around with my purse and I ran, you know, I had a three-hour drive yesterday so of course a little potty stop off the freeway and I ran into like a Mobile Mart or a Circle K and I'm fussing around trying to find my mask and I look around and no one has a mask.
So are you moving?
Are you moving?
I don't know, I just might, but get this.
Okay, so 14 out of 100,000 cases, Gavin Newsom says, all right, everybody needs to wear a mask except It was revealed that there was an exemption given to those in San Francisco, Marin, Alameda and Contra Costa County.
So those are very well to do counties, as you know.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
With what justification, Jennifer, was San Francisco, for example, exempted?
Well, you'll love this.
So the health officer, her name is Dr. Susan Phillip, came out and she said that they had been granted exemptions for San Francisco and those other counties.
from the statewide mandate because they were rewarding the good work that they had done in the area.
Yeah, because... Sorry, what does that even mean?
Exactly.
Their vaccination status, I guess, in San Francisco, because there's only four people who actually are still left in that city because it's become such a disaster.
Those four people all have vaccines, apparently.
And so Gavin Newsom says, if you're at 80 percent, well, then we're going to reward you.
We're going to give you an exemption.
So you don't need the mask.
In those counties.
It's really, truly unbelievable, especially when there's this manipulation.
We were talking about the lies.
Nancy Pelosi pretending like she doesn't know why there's crime in California.
The mayor of San Francisco pretending, you know, scratching her head going, oh, well, I'm all for the police.
Well, you weren't just a few days ago.
And now it's the same thing with COVID.
It's like they want to lock you down for certain metrics, but certain places are exempt.
Certain people are exempt.
The vaccine works.
Everybody has to get it.
But then the vaccinated people are getting it.
But you should still get the booster shots.
I mean, the lies and the spinning is ridiculous.
I mean, if we followed every bit of information that comes out of the health officers, our elected officials with COVID, no one would be going anywhere because none of it makes any sense.
It's not to stop the virus, it's to pick winners and losers and certainly the wealthiest counties in Northern California.
It's to punish.
It's to punish and reward.
That's what it's about.
Absolutely.
You mentioned that you're in the only place that voted to recall Gavin Newsom.
What's the atmosphere right now?
Is the recall vote ancient history?
Are there any aftershocks, any ripples?
What are you seeing?
You know, I think what it did, it sped up the election cycles, which is good.
I think it also kind of helped along the process to get Glenn Young, I know it sounds silly, but to have Glenn Young can win in Virginia, I think incrementally showing that California is fighting back is a really good thing.
I think that Gavin Newsom, if he wants to be governor again, he will be.
I don't see anyone, including people that we know that might decide to run again, I don't know if there's a chance that you upset him because the machine is set in motion.
There are some things that are happening.
There are congressional races that are kind of looking more favorable to some Republicans during this election cycle.
There's an effort to push school choice, so incrementally, and it's small baby steps.
There is some sanity.
I think there will be some sanity that starts to return, but it's going to be a process.
You know, we let California go and it took about 40 years for it to make its complete spin into what it is now.
And so I know that conservatives like me would like to see it turn around overnight, but we have to look for these small wins.
And we've got some strong candidates running against Rob Bonta for Attorney General.
We'll have some strong candidates running for Senate against Alex Padilla.
So if we keep Spreading the narrative.
If we keep focusing on quality of life issues, which is what I've been screaming about for a long time in this state, safety, you know, crime, schools, the economy, those kinds of issues.
Glenn Young can call them kitchen table issues.
I always call them quality of life issues.
That's the winning message for Republicans.
And I think one of the things to keep an eye on is this school choice initiative that they're gathering signatures for right now.
That would be a huge blow to the union, which really have a lot of control in Sacramento.
There are unfortunately two initiatives that are out there right now.
Rick Grinnell came along and launched a second initiative.
I'm hopeful that at some point he will combine with the original effort, because as we've seen in California before with the gas tax, with certain other things that we've tried to pass through, When too many people get involved and too many choices are given to voters, it confuses people rather than get anything done, really.
Yeah, it is.
I think the way we have to look at it, you know, you're the Californian, I'm not, but I've known you long enough and you've introduced me to these places.
You have these islands of sanity like the Inland Empire and you just have to expand the success.
And of course, don't forget, Nancy hasn't confirmed why she's not running next year, or if she is, and she's bought a house in Florida!
Isn't that interesting?
I'm so sorry, Ron DeSantis.

Instead of Christmas shopping, you should buy a booster for your loved one.
So funny, aren't I funny?
How did that happen?
I need somebody to explain that to me.
It's so super disturbing.
Let's have a little bit of common sense instead.
Shockingly, CEO of Southwest Airlines Gary Kelly at a hearing talking about masks and mass transit on aircraft.
Cut to.
The statistics I recall is 99.97% of airborne pathogens are captured by the HEPA filtering system and it's turned over every two or three minutes.
We use UT Southwestern and Stanford School of Medicine.
But yeah, I think the case is very strong that masks don't add much, if anything, in the air cabin environment.
It's very safe and very high quality compared to any other indoor setting.
I have to ask my pragmatist in chief, our resident cynic, Mr. Jay, are you there?
I am.
Is it significant that a CEO of Southwest Airlines says that masks are pretty irrelevant if you're already in a vehicle that has filters?
No.
See, I could tell he was going to say that.
Could you expand, please?
Because the people that are making these decisions don't care.
It's all about their narrative.
They're going to keep moving on because one CEO came out and said that.
Now, maybe if they all kind of threw a fit and said, we're not going to donate money to you like everybody did with the Republican Party, maybe that would make a difference.
But you've got to give him kudos, right, for doing that.
No, I do.
I think that's good that he did that.
See, he always cuts to the chase.
He says, it doesn't matter why, because the people making the rules don't care.
If they didn't get funding from you, Uh, then they would care.
Masks.
We've got to find this video.
Eric, have a little search for it.
If we can find it, we'll play it today.
In the final hour of the show, we've got our town hall colleague, Julio Rosas, former Marine.
Just got back from Yuma.
He's seen what's happening on the border.
He's also about to release a book on Antifa, the riots.
Mostly peaceful.
We're going to have an amazing in-studio discussion.
But this video I want to share with you.
I saw it once.
I might have saved it.
I'll have to check my Instagram account.
It's... I don't know who it is.
Not a famous person.
Not a commentator.
Somewhere very, very cold.
And he puts on three masks.
He puts on a surgical one.
Right?
There's blue ones.
He puts on a professional painter's mask that's supposed to, you know, when you're painting, you've got particles in the air supposed to keep you safe.
And then he puts on, I think, an N95.
So I mean, like, triple dipple safety.
And he then takes a massive toke from a vape.
Big inhalation of smoke particles.
Put some ass backs on.
Physically, on the video, pats them all down around his nose, around his mouth, around his chin.
Make sure the straps are tight.
And then what does he do?
Exhales.
Because it's cold, you see everything.
You see not just the smoke from the vape that he inhaled, the smoke particles.
You see, because it's cold, the moisture of his breath.
And it escapes Everywhere.
Not just through the front of the three masks.
It escapes down, sideways, and up the side of his nose.
And what's the interesting thing here?
Smoke particles are much larger than COVID particles by more than a factor of 10.
So if three masks don't stop vape smoke particles, what on God's green earth are we talking about when it comes to the relevance and the efficacy of masks, not just on planes, anywhere?
If you're a surgeon, Doing an operation, you don't want to dribble onto somebody's open incision.
I get it.
That's why doctors wear them.
But how about some science, as opposed to some science denial?
We'll continue our discussion here at America First, coming to you live from the ReliefFactor.com studios.

The End
- My, my, my, my, my. - It's not true, but we're not allowed to show you.
You're not allowed to see it.
What was it Chris Cuomo said?
Remember when he said... How does anybody believe this stuff anymore?
Well, especially after the Facebook thing.
I mean, just the whole... Because they don't see it.
It's amazing.
They actively block it out, too, is the other thing.
It's not that they don't hear it.
Look, my mother-in-law, my mother-in-law who reads the New York Times every day and watches CNN, I told her, I can't remember what it was, you know, one incontrovertible fact about Mike Flynn.
And she was like, sorry, I never heard that.
There was one I saw that the picture of the famous picture of Biden at a parade with Robert Byrd like holding their hands up together and someone said like or Facebook had a fact check on it they sent me a screenshot and it said uh fact check false uh Biden or fact claim Biden affiliated with a KKK member false Robert Byrd was never a grand wizard it's like No one said he was a Grand Wizard.
They said he was a KKK member.
No, he wasn't.
He was the... Not the Grand Wizard.
He was the... He was a certain rank.
What is it?
He had another rank.
Cyclops.
Yeah, they're all... Exalted Cyclops.
They're all fantasy trope, sort of.
That's the strangest thing about it.
I'm the Galactic Grand Wizard.
And how does the news not get tired of, like, there's people that watch the shows at January 6th, they're still talking about it all.
That's what I don't understand, the fact that every morning they play that.
Why would you switch it on?
I know, it's unbelievable.
That's why the ratings are going down, is because what do they have to say?
Well, they're trying to spread the message, obviously, that, oh, this was the worst thing since the Civil War.
No, but as a consumer, you don't, could you imagine if it was the same news story for a year?
I know.
You wouldn't switch it on, it's stupid.
Sure.
No, you gotta play for me, Schmidt 3.
And so here you see Liz Cheney, somebody who's putting it all on the line, putting her career on the line, has earned a primary challenge, has been rebuked by the Wyoming State Republican Party, has earned the enmity of Donald Trump for what?
For saying that We shouldn't have a dictator in the United States, that the person who wins the election is the person who ought to be the president.
And I think in the months ahead, we're going to see this clinic in patriotism and principle by Liz Cheney.
Incredible.
Okay, prison fellowship here.
Here we've got five seconds.
Wow.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
How can we stand the suspense?
There is a White House press briefing right now.
We can stand it.
Dear friends, we have beat our target.
God bless all of you who've donated to Chuck Colson's Prison Fellowship Angel Tree Program that gets a Christmas gift to one of the more than a million children in America who have a parent Incarcerated behind bars this Christmas.
It's one of the most amazing... Do you remember what the Bible said?
I keep talking about how Jesus said, come unto me the little children.
What else do we know about people who should be helped?
The children, the widows, the orphans, and don't forget prisoners.
Prisoners.
It's very clear in the New Testament that we should help those who are in prison.
With the Prison Fellowship Program, you are helping children of prisoners.
You're helping those mothers and fathers connect at Christmas to their family.
It is one of the purest, most blessed things you can do.
If you've weathered COVID, if you've done okay, if you're thinking, oh look, all Christians, all decent people, always wonder, is there something more I can do to serve?
Because the message of our faith, of our civilization, is how can I be a servant?
Not to man, but to God.
And this Is perhaps one of the clearest ways you can do it with just a donation of $25.
What happens when you donate $25?
One of these children that feels vulnerable, that's lost a parent, will get a Christmas gift from that parent in the name of that parent with a message from that mother or father in prison as well as the gospel.
Truly a beautiful act.
If you donate $125, that's five children who you might be saving.
Why do I say that?
It's not hyperbole.
It's not exaggeration.
More than 70% of the children of those who have a parent in prison end up in prison themselves.
That's a tragedy.
You can potentially break that cycle.
Make them feel a little bit loved this Christmas.
Reconnect them with their parent.
It's a glorious thing.
If you can give more, give as much as you can.
A thousand dollars would be absolutely incredible.
Forty children you'd be helping.
Let's continue to do good, the good that our Lord and Savior wanted us and still wants us to do.
Easiest thing, call 888-206-2794.
That's the Prison Fellowship, or you can just go to my website.
That's sebgorka.com.
S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com, and click on the angel tree banner at the very top.
Just call 888-206-2794 or SebGorker.com.
God bless every single one of you who've helped these children already or who intends to.
We've got just over a week left.
Let's really knock it out of the park.
SebGorker.com and the Angel Tree box, the tab at the very top.
Okay, in the break, people, you love, I hear our rumble feed is up and running.
Thank you, guys.
Thank you, guys.
We talk about all kinds of manner of behind the scenes material.
And one thing we were discussing with Jeff is, Jeff is a very brave man.
Because every morning he watches the mainstream media.
And that's tough, right, Jeff?
It's getting tougher.
I used to enjoy it.
Okay, so explain that.
Why did you used to enjoy it and why is it getting tougher?
No, I've enjoyed it for a long time.
Way before even the Trump years.
Because what?
I mean, this is mindless.
I fell in love with the Obama spin.
That every day was so great.
I mean, and they loved him way more than Biden.
I really loved that.
And just the way that they would spin things.
What really, and I liked the Trump years, how they acted like everything was the worst thing in the world.
Like, I would like stories.
I remember one time on Morning Joe.
Donald Trump called Hope Hicks the hopester, and they did a 30-minute segment on how that was sexist.
It's a nickname!
That's all it was!
They thought the hopester was sexist?
Yes!
And Mika went off about she needs to know her value and all this stuff.
I just love that type of stuff.
But now, they always stretch the truth.
They always spun it.
But isn't it the same thing for the last year?
It's all outright lies, and it's all January 6th.
You think it happened last week.
But I don't understand.
If you're a consumer, even if I'm a mindless liberal democrat, there's no way after a month or six months or ten months of the same story dominating the news in the morning, I'd even switch it on, Jeff.
That would be like, say, if Fox did every night, the election was stolen, but that's all they talked about and going over and over and over, and then there's nothing new out of it.
That's what I can't understand.
It's becoming so boring.
But who... We do successful radio here.
Who is thinking it's a good idea who owns these companies?
That's what I can't understand.
Okay, alright.
It's a mystery, guys.
If you have any idea how they think they can justify this, how Chris Wallace thinks he's gonna get a big audience at CNN.
What is it?
Plus?
You gonna pay to watch that?
They can't get half a million viewers.
We have three million listeners alone!
Forget about the video stream on top of that.
Forget about the Salem TV where you can watch us all day, my colleagues, everybody else, Dennis Prager, Mike Gallagher.
They're tanking.
So what's the business logic?
I need somebody to explain to me what the business logic is of literally flogging a dead horse every single day for a year.
Maybe Maybe they think they're going to win the elections like that?
I don't buy it.
It doesn't make any sense.

This is America First coming to you live from TheReliefFactor.com studios.
Relief Factor, are you in daily pain?
I don't care what the cause is.
Age?
Mileage?
Activity?
You've got to try this 100% drug-free product that is liberating tens of thousands, tens of thousands of Americans right now from their daily pain.
Me included.
People like Alicia from California.
This is Alicia's story.
I'm a grocery store worker and was working doubles during the coronavirus shutdown.
At 52 years old, my two bad knees were not getting a rest.
I literally limped to and from bed.
Two days into relief act, the pain has decreased substantially.
Two days!
So thankful for this amazing product.
What an incredible story.
That should be you.
That could be you.
But there's only one way to find out.
It's super easy.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of the three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me.
Then four months later you're like, okay, are you really that lazy?
Are you going to put them down?
Then eventually they get back to it and it's been a year and say, I guess the relevance is back in some way.
Well, that's the thing.
It's like Jeff said, it'd be one thing if new stuff was coming out every day, but it's not.
Nothing new is coming out to help their narrative.
You know what it is?
I figured it out.
What?
It's the same way you go on Twitter.
Every day there's 10,000 people arrest Trump.
It's the fantasy that it's going to lead to him being arrested.
Right, you've got to say that.
Can you play seven?
7 right here.
Madam Speaker, Insider just completed a five-month investigation by the best 49 members of Congress and 182 senior congressional staffers have violated Any we have a responsibility to report in the stock on the stock.
But I don't I'm not familiar with that five month review.
houses, he bans from trading individual stocks while starting in Congress?
No, I don't know to the second one.
We have a responsibility to report on the stock.
I'm not familiar with that five-month review, but if people aren't reporting, they should be.
Because this is a free market and people, we are a free market economy.
They should be able to participate in that.
Thank you.
Does she have dentures?
It looks like she has dentures.
She has to.
Something's wrong with her mouth.

Yep.

Magnificent.

Nicely done.
He worked it out.
He just took it a moment.
We had to go to break.
Mr. G worked it out.
Why, every morning, do you see the same January the 6th obsessive coverage on the mainstream media TV?
It's the same reason that every day on Twitter something trends about Trump being arrested or going to jail.
It's that fantasy that they're keeping alive that they're hoping something's gonna happen, something explosive, they're bombshell evidence, and he's gonna go to prison.
That's all they want.
But, but, but are they keeping alive somebody else's fantasy or is it theirs?
It's theirs, isn't it?
No, it's both of theirs.
Yes.
Right?
Right?
Absolutely.
It's the left crazies.
And it's the media.
And it's the people who make the media.
Absolutely.
I think we've got it.
By Jove, I think she's got it.
What's that play?
Pygmalion!
Come on, my fair lady.
Pay attention.
We've got to have these cultural references.
Yes, he's got it.
Why?
Because it is their fantasy.
How many times have you seen that post?
Oh, they're coming.
They're going to cuff Don Jr.
They're taking President Trump out in a yellow jumpsuit.
He's going to be arrested.
They're so psycho, they can't help themselves.
So they're feeding their own fantasies.
Let's live in the real world and let's have an incredible Christmas.

Send us your suggestions for who you would like us Today it's an individual who's been on the show before.
He is a dying breed.
Not because he's a Marine, but because he's a real journalist.
Welcome to America First, one-on-one, Julio Rosas.
Yeah, thank you for having me, Dr. Gorka.
All right, so what we like to do at the beginning, for those who may not be familiar with our new guests, although we've had, you know, the likes of President Trump et al.
on the show, is do a little bit of an introduction.
So for our millions of listeners across the country, who is Julio, what's his background, and how did he get to be a journalist and investigative reporter at townhall.com?
So I recently completed serving in the Marine Corps Reserves.
I got out this May on the active side of the Reserves.
But I dropped out of college, actually, after President Trump won in 2016 to become a journalist because I thought, well, the campaign was crazy.
People's reaction to the campaign was crazy.
And now that he's won, it's even crazier.
So this is kind of the moment to kind of get in while I can go without a degree.
So what were you studying, what were you planning to study, and what were your politics back then?
So I knew I did want to go to DC and I did know that I wanted to get involved in politics, just not exactly sure, but then I realized I really liked writing, so I knew I wanted to get into media, but I was studying business administration just because I think it's a waste of time and money to get a degree in journalism.
A wise young man.
A young man, but a wise one.
By then, for sure, I was definitely conservative.
I was for a long time, and actually, I was the only active political one in my family.
My family was never really involved in politics, although I can say that's changed.
My mom, she moved to California a couple years ago in Los Angeles County.
From where?
From Illinois.
And what happened when she moved to California?
She was by no means a liberal, but let's just say she voted against Newsom and the recall.
Unfortunately, obviously, that didn't work out so well.
But she is actually moving away.
We're spending our last Christmas in Los Angeles because she's moving to Florida.
She's had enough of California already!
There's some things I like about Los Angeles, but I'd much rather prefer to spend time in Florida for sure.
And how did you get involved with the Corps?
Our favourite service.
Tell us about that.
Uh, mostly family.
Family tradition type deal.
My great-grandfather, who I have here on my memorial bracelet.
Fabulous.
He served during World War II in Okinawa.
So, you know, you want to talk about old corps and... Real war.
Real, real hardcore war.
He definitely put in his time.
And then his two sons enlisted during the Vietnam War in the Marine Corps.
Skipped a generation, and then I decided to kind of pick up the mantle on that.
Fabulous.
What did you do for the Marines?
So, it wasn't anything too combat-y.
It was 0511, a MAGTF planning specialist.
In other words, just logistics.
It's a unique MOS.
It's a small MOS, but I very much enjoyed it.
Very cool.
So, talk to us about your experience.
So, you ditched college.
You stayed in the reserves.
What happened to you under the four years?
How did you become a journalist?
Explain Trump and your beginning as a journalist.
So, when I finally made the decision to, okay, I'm going to drop out, I'm going to finish the spring semester, but then I'm going to be done, I applied to Independent Journal Review, which was an online publication, and they saw my potential and I was hired within the first couple days of actually having been in the fellowship, so that was nice and that was kind of cool.
And I just kind of went from there and, you know, calling out all the media bias against, you know, President Trump and some of his stuff.
And that's when I really saw firsthand kind of the power that they had when, you know, I'm tracking one story about something that he did and then how it was being reported differently or twistedly in the media.
And just seeing how it was, you know, we got the big stuff, you know, Russia and just we have the big things, but even just the small stuff and the small stuff kind of builds over time.
Right.
And so I was able to see just because you know, not everybody pays attention to the news and obviously they shouldn't because it's bad for your health.
But seeing just the day in and day out of just kind of the misleading framing and sometimes just straight up lying.
It's just kind of like, wow, this is really bad.
And that's why I'm glad conservative media exists because We exist because people thankfully see through that and they actually want to get news sources.
So I jumped from place to place.
I went to Mediite, then I went to The Washington Examiner.
And it was after I covered an Antifa Proud Boy brawl in 2019 in August in Portland when Town Hall said, hey, we want you.
And I said, all right, well, I want to cover riots.
And they said, yes.
That's not the usual journalistic beat.
You don't find a lot of journalists, especially in the swamp, saying, yes, I'd like to cover riots.
And that was before 2020.
So we didn't even know just how much we would be actually fulfilling that kind of job obligation that I put on myself.
I think it's safe to say that you and Andy Ngo have kind of cornered the market in covering riots.
I mean, yes, there's some other, you know, Jorge Ventura and some other people, the Day of Color, Shelby Talcott, last year.
We traveled the country together.
But your face is seen, like, you know, you were reporting from all over the place.
It was very, very busy last year, and I really just didn't expect things to keep going, because after each ride, I thought, okay, like, that's it, that's it, that's it, but then something else would happen, and so on and so forth.
This year, the last riot I covered was Brooklyn Center in April, which was the town just north of Minneapolis, and that was right before the Derek Chauvin trial verdict, which was, you know, of course, there's obviously no good time for a riot, but that was just a really bad time for something like that to happen because of what an officer did to someone who was pulled over.
After that, I was kind of thinking, well, you know, what's next?
And then, you know, I've been covering the border pretty consistently actually since January of this year.
And things have gotten, things haven't changed.
Well, I should say things have gotten worse.
Yeah.
And I just recently came back from Yuma, Arizona, which has kind of been one of the...
All sectors along the southwest border have experienced increases in activity, but the Yuma sector is one of those places that hasn't gotten a lot of attention.
You know, Texas has, because Texas is the number one hotspot, but Yuma is, I think, number three in terms of increased activity, in terms of apprehensions and people who have managed to avoid apprehension.
You can follow this young man right now, Julio underscore Rosas11 on Twitter.
You can read his writings at townhall.com.
That's Julio underscore Rosas11.
We're going to talk about what you saw in Juma.
We actually reconnected at an event a few days ago where he said, I'm just back from Juma.
So that's why you're here with us one-on-one in the studio.
But I'm curious, when you made that decision to drop out, become a journalist, end up covering riots, what was the reaction from your family, Julio?
So actually, growing up, just kind of as a lot of kids are told, you go to college.
And reluctantly I said, OK, fine.
But it just wasn't for me.
So I actually came back home one weekend to drill for the reserves.
And I told my parents, hey, this is what I'm doing.
And I have the main plan.
And if it doesn't work, I have three backup plans.
Like a good Marine, he's got his three plans just in case.
And so I was expecting a little bit more resistance, but they surprisingly didn't take a whole lot of convincing to come on board.
They just said, OK, if that's what you want to do and clearly you've thought about it, then it's your life.
Go on.
Go on ahead.
No, it was good.
But then my mom, especially, as I was covering the riots and consistently going last year, she was like, I'm worried about you.
I'm like, eh.
Well, you are a brave man.
We'll talk about the riots.
We'll talk about what we saw in Europe.
But first things first, everybody, I want to thank you.
We are so We're close to hitting our target of a thousand children who will have a better Christmas thanks to the Prison Fellowship Program.
These are kids across America.
There's more than a million of them who've lost a mother or father to the prison system and we get them a Christmas gift thanks to you.
Just listen to Joseph, one of the people who you have helped already.
I will write to my dad about what happened.
One Christmas gift I got from Angel Tree was a drawing pad.
That was my favorite I got.
I also got paint and colored pencils.
I knew he knew what I wanted and he got the right thing.
My name's Joseph and I love Angel Tree.
We love you too, Joseph.
Think of just how blessed a thing you are doing.
As our Lord and Savior told us, come unto me, the little children.
This is perhaps one of the most magical things you can do.
These children are vulnerable.
More than 70% of them will end up in prison themselves.
Let's break that cycle.
Let's make them feel a little bit loved, a little bit more loved this Christmas.
Shed a little cheer.
Donate $25 for a child like Joseph to get a gift from their parent, a message of love from their incarcerated parent, and the gospel.
If you can donate as much as possible, you could literally be saving lives.
$125 is, of course, Five children you'll be saving.
Please donate as much as you can at our website SebGorker.com on the Angel Tree Banner or call the Prison Fellowship on 888-206-2794.
That's 888-206-2794.

The Angel Tree banner at the very top.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We are back one-on-one talking to Julio Rosas of Town Hall.
You have just returned.
Let's talk about the riots later.
Let's go backwards in time.
Let's talk about what you actually have seen on the border on your recent trip.
Let's set the context.
Let's hear from Secretary Mayorkas, who is responsible for immigration, on how he sees things play out.
Let me, if I can, share with you what makes the challenge so acute at this point in time.
We are following an administration that, frankly, dismantled our capabilities to address it, and so we are building it from the ground up.
We lost four years of investing in the countries from which these individuals are migrating.
Our safe and orderly systems were torn down, and so we're rebuilding them.
So the man who's responsible at DHS for the Biden administration, for our borders, for immigration, said they inherited nothing.
There was no system.
It had been dismantled by us in the Trump administration, and they're fixing it now.
Well, you went down there to see it.
So let's hear firsthand from somebody who actually just got back.
Julio, is he telling the truth?
No.
I mean, throughout this entire year, not just Marcos, but also President Biden, Vice President Harris, they're trying to deflect the root cause of this surge that we've seen all year.
And they point to COVID, they point to natural disasters, and obviously that's true in terms of the push factors, but there's also pull factors that are pulling these people up.
And it's this incentivization from signaling to them that it's okay to come by halting construction of the border wall.
I mean, in the Rio Grande Valley where I've spent a lot of time this year, you'll see just driving along the highway, you'll just see mile after mile of gaps in the border wall system that will remain in place for the time being because there's no construction happening because Biden stopped it literally on day one when he got into office.
So there's that.
There was the remain in Mexico policy that was rescinded for much of this year.
It was just re-implemented because they were forced to by the federal court.
But it's a different version and I can tell you that in the Yuma sector where I was just at, they're only putting about 10 people a day.
Into that program because that there's not the remaining Mexico policy is not even happening in San Luis, Colorado Which is the border town in Mexico across from Yuma the closest border town where MPP?
Migrant protection protocols is happening is in Tijuana.
So that's about three and a half hours away So, you know, it's time and manpower that they just simply don't have to afford that It's part of the reason why they're only doing ten people a day out of the thousands that are coming across in just that area 6,000 a day across the border that we know of.
Have you spoken to the people there that are crossing the border?
Yes.
Am I broke in Spanish?
Yes.
And what are you finding?
Are these all people who are being politically persecuted and would die if they went back to the countries they come from, or are they here for mostly economic reasons?
It's a mixture of both.
It depends on where they are.
And actually, interestingly, in Yuma, a lot of the people are not from the Northern Triangle countries, which is Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.
A lot of those people mostly go to Texas, in different parts.
So where are they coming from?
Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil.
I ran into Uzbekistanis when I was over there.
Not part of the triangle, Uzbekistan last time I looked.
Far, far away from the triangle.
And this recent trip, because I was also there in October a couple months ago, but my recent trip here was the first time I also met people from India.
India?
India, yep.
And why are they coming?
Because India is supposed to be the world's largest democracy last time I looked.
I couldn't really... I don't speak Hindi.
I tried to do a Google Translate and we tried to go back and forth and it just wasn't working out.
So what are you seeing?
We have two visions.
We have what we did.
I was the guy who was selling for the administration first weekend, the travel moratorium.
We changed everything.
We started building the wall.
We had the Stay in Mexico policy.
Then COVID hit and we used Title 42 to get people out of America as soon as possible who are a health hazard.
We are given the vision that none of that occurred and that the chaos is now being managed.
Have you spoken to or are you getting information from, you know, CBP, the people at Customs and Border Protection?
What do they tell you?
What are you seeing, Julio?
So actually, we just published a story on Town Hall.
I was actually given daily assignment rosters that spanned weeks.
So the jobs that CBP are being told to do?
On a daily basis, yes.
And what are you seeing?
Tell us about that.
We'll post the story, but what did you find?
So, a majority of the agents that are on patrol during the shifts, and this is across all three shifts on a daily basis, sometimes it's only two agents, sometimes three agents who are assigned to patrol miles of the border.
Two or three agents?
Do they have, like, helicopters or fleets of UAVs?
Sometime, well, most of the time, the frontline agents, they're just in pickup trucks or their ATVs.
So what is everybody else doing?
Processing.
Because they have, right now, they have about over 3,000 people at their holding facility, at the Yuma station.
And that's about, that's way over capacity.
The normal capacity of holding is 1,200.
Right.
And so now they have to... So the reason why so many of the agents are dedicated to processing and transporting people from the border to the facility is just because, you know, obviously with COVID concerns and... But hang on, you mentioned COVID.
How can you even have 3,000 in a facility designed for 1,000?
How are you not in contravention of every COVID regulation?
Because they have to put them somewhere.
Because what's happening is that they, since a lot of the families are coming, and willingly giving themselves up to try to claim asylum, they are taking the women and children first, away from the border to the facility.
And so, because in this recent time that I was there, Border Patrol was hardly patrolling at all, in miles long, and so nobody was watching a lot of these groups of people for hours.
And Border Patrol would show up maybe every five, six, seven hours, take the women and children first, leave the single adult men behind at the border, because, you know, we can't have two-month-old, three-month-old, two-year-old kids with moms out in the middle of the night.
I mean, that's the problem, right?
But that's the magnet.
That's the magnet that was created by the Biden administration.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, I remember Mayorkas, very early on this year, he said something to the effect of, we don't want kids by themselves to travel to the border.
But if they make it to the border, our border, we're not going to deport them.
And it's, what do you think is going to happen?
They're going to send the kids by themselves.
Exactly.
On this very dangerous journey.
Or, the most despicable of all, and we've had Todd Benzeman from the... Yeah, great guy.
Yeah, the Center for Immigration Studies.
He went down to Del Rio, he filmed this We use it on the b-roll just a few moments ago this shocking video when he tells us that that bridge yes they've shipped everybody out in the middle of the night all over America but when you have you know hundreds and thousands of Haitians what was it twelve thousand at the last count under this bridge and then he tells us and this is this is the thing that This is when, you know, the Democrats or those who voted for the Democrats say, well, we are the sensitive ones.
We're the ones who care.
And you hear that there are between two and three hundred pregnant Haitian women under that bridge.
You realize just the sheer inhumanity to man that has been created by this administration with their immigration policies.
The idea that you create such a hub, such a magnet, and as Mark Morgan and others, Tom Homan have said on this show that You turn the Customs and Border Patrol into, you know, the greeters at Walmart.
The, you know, the guys with badges and guns who are changing diapers.
That is unsustainable.
We're talking to Julio Rios.
This is America First, a one-on-one.
This is America First, a one-on-one.
Thank you.
This is America First, a one-on-one.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Can I ask you, Julio, you talked about the rosters.
Two guys, three guys doing Border Patrol, everybody else is running the detention facilities.
Do you have any sense of what...
Morale is like, what's the status of the individuals who, you know, they're federal agents, they've got a badge, they've got a gun, and they swore a year ago, five years ago, ten years ago, to uphold the sovereignty of the United States.
After 11 months of Biden, how's the CBP doing?
They're very frustrated.
I mean, and that's why I have agents talking to me, because obviously the Public Affairs Office doesn't really... They don't want Julio sniffing around.
They're not big fans of mine, but they're frustrated because they saw what, I mean, this is what they're telling me, they saw what happened during the Trump years, and, you know, the board has been a problem for a very long time, but at least it was making progress in a good way for the past, for the four years under President Trump, and so they saw what could be
and now they're 10 steps backwards and it's just there's no sign of it letting up and so part of the and so also part of that story uh so before in august in the in the yuma station they had zero agents patrolling and they were all open border i mean even with the two or three agents still an open border but it was even more right exactly it's more of an open border when there's nobody patrolling because they decided to do an all hands-on approach uh for processing
Well, what ended up happening is that there was a family, a mother, a 10-year-old daughter, and her 22-month-old son.
They illegally crossed into the United States.
They got lost.
She called 911, but her phone died.
And so it took agents... So they finally sent agents out to try to find him.
They found the mom dead two hours later.
Her son was still alive, barely, but he was still alive.
Dehydrated or...
Yeah, dehydrated.
It was about 113 degrees that day when they got lost.
And they found the daughter about an hour later elsewhere.
So it most likely the daughter saw her mom die first from from heat before she wanted off.
And so it was after that that one of my sources told me that the probability of them actually surviving if they had people patrolling was very high because she died near a road where they normally patrol.
But because they're so overwhelmed with all these people, they don't have the resources to actually save.
So it's not just a security concern, but it's also a humanitarian.
So when Mayorkas and DHS are saying, you know, no patrols, just run the facilities, Mayorkas is killing immigrants.
I mean, there's no doubt about that.
I mean, I remember during the 2019 surge and, you know, and look, people die on this journey.
That's why I'm against illegal immigration, because it's very dangerous for multiple reasons.
Not to mention the abuse of women and children.
Yeah, at the hands of the smugglers and the cartels.
Yeah, it's horrific.
But then when you incentivize them, when you incentivize even more people to come through policy and rhetoric like this administration has, yeah, more people are going to end up dying.
And so that's why my source was telling me all this, because according to them, they've never seen so many people die along the border in one year.
Wow.
I have to ask you, in talking to immigrants, in talking to people off the record from CBP, are you seeing, who's organising, I mean, who's giving Biden letters in t-shirts to the illegal immigrants?
Is this all random and just amorphous?
So, look, there's a lot of organization in Mexico, because obviously this has been going on for decades, and so there's NGOs, there's activism groups down there, because often, whenever I post a video of people who have just crossed, some people know, like, oh, look how nice their clothes are.
Well, it's because, you know, churches, charity organizations, they give them clothes because they crossed the river, and obviously they get dirty and wet, and so after they cross, they then change out of the clothes to get into But it's because they get the help in Mexico through various organizations.
But it's also just because, you know, Brandon Darby over at Breitbart, he did a very good— Love Brandon.
He's a great guy.
He actually explained it to me that it's more of a kind of a psychological kind of propaganda on the cartel part because— What is?
Oh, because it makes you look cool.
- Cool.
- It makes you look, yeah.
- Fine, everything's okay.
- Yeah, fine, everything's okay, yeah.
So it's actually kind of, so I mean, this is all very, they've been doing, this is their everyday job. - So, but let's break this down 'cause it's massively important.
The charities who clothe and clean up the illegal immigrants are actually helping the cartels because the cartels are making billions every day from the 25,000 per head they're taking or whatever it is.
But at least it doesn't look bad.
But this way it looks OK.
Yeah, exactly.
And that's what's the most disturbing part about this entire crisis is just the fact that the only winner in all of this is the cartels who are making money on drugs and all this other stuff.
And so that's why when, as you were pointing to earlier, when they say, well, this approach to immigration is more humane, it really isn't because who also suffers when the cartels win?
Mexicans.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
The state of Michoacán right now is a site of a bloody turf war between different cartels and towns are being, whole towns are being taken over.
But we don't care about that because, well, you know, it's just in another third world country basically.
So, but the ripple effects from the border crisis doesn't affect just the United States, but it also affects just regular Mexicans who have nothing to do with this.
Absolutely.

Julio, you have, we're super excited, my team has told me, we've got it up on your Chiron that next year you have a very good title for your book.
It's Fiery!
But mostly peaceful.
This is subtitled The 2020 Riots and the Gaslighting of America.
You can order it right now.
I've ordered it already.
Julio, let's talk about your other gig, your other beat, which is riots in America.
Antifa, Proud Boys, BLM.
Were you, I'm curious, were you covering the Lafayette Park riots in DC?
I wasn't there with the whole controversy of the tear gassing.
I was in Minneapolis at that time.
Talk to us about where you went and what you saw.
And I'll ask you the question that I asked about the illegal immigrants.
Talk to us about organization.
How organized is this?
Who's organizing it?
Or is it just randos turning up because somebody on Facebook told them to?
So, I remember I was on your show after Minneapolis, but then after that, in Minneapolis in May, at the start of everything, and then after that I went to Seattle to cover the first week of the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, Chaz.
Chaz.
And that whole, I mean, that wasn't so much a riot, but that was just a weird, but I mean, it was bad because there was no cops and people died as a result of that.
So this place isn't like a joke.
This was a serious thing.
It started out as a joke, but it became very deadly serious.
And that's the thing, what happens when you kick cops out and people just run wild.
Then I went to Atlanta to cover a similar type of autonomous zone.
It wasn't stylized that way, but it operated in a very similar manner.
But then as soon as I came back from Washington, D.C., from Atlanta, that's when they tried to topple the Andrew Jackson statue in Lafayette.
So I was there for that.
But, you know, it's another riot there.
I covered Kenosha.
Okay, so let's try and, you know, everybody needs to check out the book, Fiery but Mostly Peaceful.
What is it that most Americans don't understand about these events and these riots?
Let's start there.
What is the biggest misconception, Julio?
That when the riots happen, they're violent.
I mean, the reason why, part of the reason why I wrote the book is just the fact that when, especially in the mainstream media and trying to canonize what the retelling is, is that- They're just protests.
It's mostly peaceful.
Mostly peaceful, right.
But we're talking at a minimum $2 billion worth in damage.
At least 20 people killed across the country during these events.
I mean, so when these riots took place, They were real.
I mean, it's unbelievable on what was happening.
I mean, CNN's a useless news organization, but they gave me the title of my book from the chyron that they ran in Kenosha.
They were trying to push fiery but mostly peaceful.
That doesn't even make any sense.
Did they actually put that on the chyron?
Yeah, that was on the chyron.
Actually on the bottom third.
Fiery, but mostly peaceful.
It wasn't just the guy standing there with the flames behind him saying mostly peaceful.
They actually put that on the screen.
Yeah, they put that on the screen.
It's unreal.
And so that's a big reason why I wrote the book, because as someone who was at a lot of these pivotal events last year, I saw part of the Colorado shooting, You know, all these things that are really chaotic, but also really important to tell what happened, people need to know that their eyes aren't deceiving them.
It is actually a riot.
But the media is lying to them.
Let's talk about that for a second.
Let's talk about Kenosha.
Let's talk about Carl Rittenhouse.
Because, you know, it's been represented as a guy who provoked.
He shouldn't have been there.
What was that night like?
What were those days like in Kenosha?
Was it scary or not? - Yeah, I mean, yeah, it was, even before the shooting.
But Kenosha, I feel very, very most attached to that because it's about an hour and a half from where I'm from in Illinois.
It's in between Chicago and Milwaukee.
Don't tell me you crossed state lines to get there, Julio.
Multiple times.
Oh my gosh.
Is that allowed in America?
I'm not sure.
Do you need a passport?
Well, people have been crossing the borders.
It's okay if you're an illegal immigrant, but maybe if you're an American it's not.
But no, I mean, this is a relatively small town compared to all the other places I've been to.
It's not even 100,000 people, and yet it had probably about $50 million worth of damage after everything was all said and done.
Again, it was a riot, and even in the coverage of the trial, people were still saying this was a shooting during a protest, but it wasn't.
It took place during a riot.
There's a reason why people showed up with guns to protect private property, and that's why Carl Rittenhouse showed up.
The media can't even get the environment in which the shooting took place correct.
So how are we able to get to believe them when they describe the shooting?
And of course, they didn't a lot of times, especially in the aftermath.
And that's what's really scary because even the trial, I mean, if you watched it, it laid everything.
I mean, the trial was unnecessary, but the good thing about it is that it laid everything out and you cannot come away after looking at that and not think, okay, he did shoot himself in the face because he did.
Yeah.
But even after the verdict, people still believe that, no, he's a white supremacist.
After the verdict, it was the Guardian.
Okay, it's a filthy left-wing rag, but it is a national newspaper in the UK.
The Guardian had the acquittal headline and underneath it said, acquitted of killing two black protesters.
Yeah.
They can't even get the, I mean, after the acquittal, the skin color of the people he shot.
A white guy shooting white guys.
And that was, and that was, and we knew that right away after the shooting.
I mean, that was one of the easiest things to find out about.
Right, who he shot.
Who he shot.
But, but, and that's, and that was the other shocking thing.
I was hearing from people that say, oh wait, actually I thought he shot two black people this whole time.
It's, It just shows how lazy and selective... We're showing the photographs of the people who were shot, don't forget.
Oh, and we had the car on, we'll show you the car in a second.
So, one of the individuals, a convicted pedophile who raped...
young boys under the age of 12.
The other one, a wife beater and the third person who survived after he was shot.
Just for the record, guys, all three of them white.
The third one was approaching Carl Rittenhouse with the intent to kill him.
He said so afterwards in hospital.
I wish I'd killed him with a loaded Glock pistol aimed at his head.
That's the reality of Kenosha.
But the book is fiery.
Oh, let's put the Chiron up.
Eric found the Chiron because that's how good he is.
This is incredible.
This is CNN.
Fiery, but mostly peaceful protests.
Fiery, but mostly peaceful.
A great name for a book.

This is America First.
I don't think he was too woke.
He was the exact opposite.
You know what woke means?
It means you're a loser.
Everything woke.
Everything woke.
It's true.
It's true. It's true.
*music* Look at the coverage from the legacy lying media.
Do you laugh?
Are you disgusted?
Or is it both?
I don't know really what the answer is in terms of how to fix it because it's just so entrenched and it's so institutionalized in terms of just kind of how things are the way they are and it's been that way for years and who cares.
There's a reason why a lot of Americans don't trust the media.
I mean, it's not because of Facebook.
It's because of the media companies themselves and the reporters who don't do the work that they probably should.
I'm not saying I'm perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but I very much especially... But you try to get it right?
I always try to get things right.
That is always my number one goal.
Did you ever sit down writing a piece when you started, or in the last five years, did you ever sit down and say, How do I make President Trump or the GOP look good?
Did you ever do that when you started a piece?
No.
It's just... Well, that's the big difference.
Yeah.
That's why you're a journalist.
I just report what I see.
And that's why I like to go cover things on the ground for myself, whether it's the riot or whether it's at the border, because when you see things for yourself, you're able to better convey what's happening as opposed to just sitting in an office in New York City or D.C.
What a crazy idea.
Did you hear what he just said to all you budding future journalists?
I want to go and see it for myself.
It's what we did when we wanted to hear what's happening at the border.
I bought a camera, I bought tickets for me and Jeff and our producer, and we went down to the border with Sheriff Mark Lamb to see the smuggling routes for ourselves, to do ride-alongs, because hey, That's how you find out what the truth is.
Okay, very last question.
What is your advice?
You are now a seasoned veteran writer.
I'll call you investigative journalist, that's better.
What is your advice to those who are considering journalism school or just want to become journalists?
What do you say to them?
What warnings do you give them?
I'll tell them that this is a prime, as bad things are in terms of trustworthiness in the media, that's actually a very good time to establish yourself as someone being very credible.
Right, because you can differentiate yourself by being a good journalist.
Yeah, and it's not that hard.
It's really not that hard.
I mean, heck, I'm doing this with a college degree.
Some would say that's an advantage.
Exactly.
But yeah, in all seriousness, you can definitely set yourself apart by actually just doing things that journalists used to do.
And people are hungry for it.
I mean, there's a reason why... I don't want to toot my own horn here, but there's a reason why I got the following that I did, covering the riots and covering the borders, just because Not a lot of people were doing it on a consistent basis, and so people want to know about it, and I'm more than happy to provide that.
So, I mean, yeah, that would be my advice, is just see the mistakes that the legacy media has been making and continues to make.
I mean, they see how unpopular they are, and yet they don't care, apparently.
But see the mistakes and just do the opposite.
Yeah.
I mean, it's really that simple.
