They think this is good politics.
that They think this is all about politics.
They used to care.
They used to care about executive privilege when Republicans wanted information.
During the Fast and Furious scandal, President Obama asserted executive privilege for bureaucrats at ATF and DOJ.
And think about it.
A bureaucrat in a federal agency gets privilege, but not the chief of staff to the president?
Because Mark Meadows worked for President Trump and Democrats have been out to get President Trump before he ever took office when they first tried to spy on him, actually did spy on him in 2016.
Jim Jordan telling it how it is.
It's not about January the 6th.
It's not about a fake insurrection.
It's about going after President Trump.
It's about going after all the 74 million Americans that voted for him, including me and you, the dear listeners of America First.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is the Salem Radio Network.
We have amazing guests for you and more, more cuts, Of stories you need to know about that I can shake a stick at, and perhaps most important of all, we actually have, joining us via Skype, one of the individuals who is being politically persecuted
For the events of January 6th, an individual who didn't even step into the building on that day, who actually traveled to the Capitol, drove for, I don't know, was it a day?
To provide security, to help women and children stay safe.
A few weeks later, his home was raided by the FBI in full combat gear, riding an armored personnel carrier with loaded M4s with vests on.
They raided the building.
They used stun devices.
His teenage daughter was pulled from her bed.
We're going to talk to a man who could be you, could be any single one of us.
We're going to talk to the individuals who have uncovered the latest propaganda lies by Adam Schiff.
The Federalist has exclusive coverage of how the text messages that were read out by Liz Cheney on the January the 6th committee hearing We're doctored by none other than Adam Schiff.
We're going to give you the latest.
He's getting more and more.
I like this guy more and more every day.
Elon Musk is getting more political and ESPN has decided to resurrect the fake Bubba Wallace noose story.
It's not about the truth.
It never was.
And then we're going to define for you what a greedy meat conglomerate is.
Because it's the latest phrase the White House is using.
Jen Psaki's latest propaganda phrase!
It's all because of the, quote, I didn't make this up, she said it, greedy meat conglomerates.
But first, I have been challenged by Mr. G. How long can I listen to this following cut without screaming, pulling my hair out, or pulling the headphones out of my ears?
This is the NIH Director Francis Collins, who's leaving his post.
Well, I can't even describe it.
Let's just play it.
Cut 15!
Somewhere past the pandemic when we're free there's a life I remember full of activity I can't understand.
I'm taking my headphones out.
Yeah, you can keep playing it.
We'll come off.
No more need for a nose swab.
Every time we cough.
As we are gathered here today, COVID's toll has hit and sent us really...
My listeners, I do not want to lose our millions of listeners.
Stop it!
No!
Stop the insanity!
Thank you, Jeff.
I think.
What does that mean?
There's only a couple of possible scenarios.
The guy's a loony.
Or B, the whole thing is a joke.
You're singing about no more need for a nose swab.
I thought this was the Black Plague, Jeff.
Can you explain this, that you wanted me to listen to that?
No, I think the part that you said, the guys at Looney, these are the people that are on TV every day saying that even if you had it, you need a vaccine, you need a booster, you need a mask, you need to lock it down.
These are not serious people.
I don't care what scientific But you're talking about the director of the National Institutes of Health.
Exactly.
The guy's a joke.
That is a clown to do that.
It's a joke.
You know what the trouble is?
I'm going to have to play that again at some point.
It gives me the heebie-jeebies.
I was just on Twitter and I found this.
I hate libertarians.
Sorry guys.
That's the dumbest ideology out there.
And there's one called Robbie Suave.
I'm sure you pronounce it Suave.
Anyway, he's the senior editor at Reason, which is the libertarian garbage rag for, I think it's the Cato Institute.
And this is, libertarians are supposed to be on the right.
I mean, the taxonomies, they're not leftist, right?
They're supposed to be about freedom, unlike the left.
This is what he tweeted this morning.
This morning.
I really do think that basically everyone is going to get COVID eventually.
And when you get it, you're either going to be vaccinated or you're going to wish you were vaccinated.
That is allegedly a libertarian. - Good afternoon.
That is supposed to believe in what?
Let's ask John.
What do libertarians think about government, John?
Small government, if any.
There should be minimal, if any, get rid of it.
That's why libertarians are morons, because they're actually anarchists, really.
The idea that you don't have any government.
Oh, really?
Well, you better have a big gun collection and a lot of ammo.
That's all I'm saying if you don't believe in big government.
Not big government, if you don't believe in any government.
There are certain things, minimal things.
National security.
Law and order.
But no government.
It's just Lord of the Flies.
It's just the state of nature.
But the idea that somebody associated with the libertarian movement says, you're going to catch it.
And you're going to regret it if you didn't take the vaccine.
So whether it's the loony leftist bureaucrats with their guitars.
Oh, by the way, I have to remind you guys, maybe John can find this in the break.
Our former engineer, you are sorely missed.
We like John.
He's a great engineer.
But Chad, you left us too soon.
I know you had your reasons.
Family is always a good reason.
But when Chad found for me on YouTube, Tony Blinken's music videos, I thought he was joking.
I thought, no, no, hang on.
You mean the most senior diplomat in America, the man who is a member of the Biden administration cabinet.
Has music videos?
No, that's not true.
And then we played them for you.
I see a pattern here.
Whether it's Francis Collins, whether it's Beta Boy, Blinken.
They're not serious individuals.
And if anybody, anybody, takes seriously any one of these bureaucrats after that, We're told the world could end.
The climate!
Global warming!
COVID!
The woofloo!
Boosters!
Triple boosters!
Masks!
No, I'm gonna sing you a song because I'm Judy Garland.
Oh, by the way, Eric, you're the video man.
Where was his mask?
Uh, maybe it was one of those invisible masks.
I need me one of those.
Maybe I'm wearing one now.
Maybe I am wearing an invisible mask right now.
I thought he was the director of the National Institutes of Health.
Why isn't he wearing a mask?
Frauds!
The lot of them, from the little fascist Fauci, to Beta Boy Blinken, to Francis Collins.
This is America First.
This is America First.
This is America First.
A big Washington football fan, and they've got a bunch of players out this week because of COVID protocols.
They should get a guitar and sing or something.
Today, he goes, well, I don't really get it.
Everyone's getting the vaccine, but you still have to sit out during COVID protocols.
Every day he's been getting a little more, and today he sort of jumped.
He's like, well, I don't think it makes any sense.
Oh, it doesn't make any sense because his family's having a Christmas party and they have to wear masks to go caroling, but the entire time beforehand, in the house, they don't have to wear masks.
Well, these athletes aren't even sick either.
They're all roided up.
They are the athletic specimen of the world.
At least likely, in very rare cases, you get the 300 pound, you know, people who have a respiratory illness.
Right.
I mean, but it's not like the NFL hasn't dealt with outbreaks of the flu.
The best was Jordan Rahm, the golfer.
It was that Saturday, he was up six shots, which is, you're never going to lose the next day.
And he's walking off the green and he like collapses.
And people thought someone died or something.
He was going to win $1.5 million.
They said you just tested positive for COVID, you have to withdraw.
And he first of all, he's up six shots on everybody.
It's never happened.
Such a bad virus.
And he couldn't play the next day.
He lost, I think, it was 1.5.
Because they wouldn't let him.
Yeah, because he tested positive for COVID.
It's golf.
Supposedly.
And he had it, too.
It was probably a fake positive.
Can you, um... It's golf.
Can you play me cut three?
Three.
800,000 coronavirus deaths.
If you haven't received it on your responsibility, why haven't you asked China to do more to be transparent on the origins?
Wow.
Um... Four?
Four.
And so, for example, Tyson, this last quarter, made, I think, a little over a billion more in profit than before because they were able to raise prices.
There's so few people to compete with.
I'm urging the Congress to hold hearings as to the concentration of power in a few hands controlling the food processing side of the equation.
Wow.
That's incredible.
They just think they're making those prices up.
Ten.
I have legislation that will allow the House of Representatives to execute our inherent content power.
That's a power the Supreme Court has upheld.
We can use it to find witnesses or to put them into confinement.
It's time we use that, because right now, the trial for Steve Bannon, for example, is not set till August.
For Mark Meadows, it'll probably be even further.
And when you can delay enforcement of subpoenas that long, it effectively renders subpoenas meaningless.
So his argument is we can't hold the trial till May so we have to put him in prison.
Sorry?
What's the logic there?
Did I miss something?
Feed the bass.

Okay, serious business, serious business.
After we had Nick Searcy on the show talking about his new movie that released on Thanksgiving.
Went home, watched it with my wife and I. About 20 minutes in, my wife and I would just look at each other and we're just, we're so angry!
Here's an example of why.
My wife said she heard them before I heard them.
I'm a very heavy sleeper.
What woke me up was a concussion grenade.
Those things are really loud.
Once I get into the area where the living room and the kitchen opens up, Um, another flash bang went off on the side of my house and I could see the silhouettes of about 10, at least 10 on the side of my house.
You could just see all the tactical gear and everything.
When I got to the door, they called me by my, by Tony.
Tony, this is the FBI.
Open up the door.
And I opened up the blinds.
I was like, oh, my dog was right next to me and he was going crazy.
And I said, let me secure my dog.
Hold on.
I said, if you don't open the door, we're going to break in the front door.
That's Tony sitting with his wife, his beautiful daughter, one of the people who was raided by the FBI in full combat gear, riding an armored personnel carrier.
Why?
Because he dared to go to the Capitol on January the 6th.
Not a criminal, an American.
A shocking, shocking movie.
You've got to see it, okay?
It is CapitalPunishmentTheMovie.com.
We've got somebody else who has an unbelievable story to tell, who is also a subject of that movie.
Derek Kinison, welcome to America First.
Good morning, or good afternoon for you guys.
Yeah, greetings.
I want everybody to watch this movie.
The interview with you with your daughter sitting next to you is just something that shouldn't happen in America.
Will you just share with millions of listeners and viewers across the country what you did on January the 6th and what happened to you and your home and your family?
Alright well I mean obviously I'm still going through a current criminal case as well as in August just found out that I'm named in a civil lawsuit alongside with Donald Trump, Roger Stone and many others by the capital DC police.
So I gotta watch what I say a little bit but yeah I did travel to DC with three friends.
Basically went there for the purpose and answering the call from the president to rally there, as well as, you know, back in December 12th, I believe, they had a rally out there and there were Antifa and BLM terrorists going through and stabbing people.
Correct, in D.C.
Yeah, I think six people were stabbed.
Yeah, so we were very concerned about, you know, Trump calling out all patriots and that's going to bring out a lot of, you know, families, a lot of...
Elderly, a lot of women by themselves, things like that.
There's going to be a lot of people, not a lot of medical or law enforcement around.
If I remember well, you have a similar role in helping protect and keep your parish safe.
Is that correct?
You help people maintain order at your church?
Yes, I work security as well as being a deacon.
I'm actually working security tonight for our district attorneys who will be speaking at my church.
Okay, well God bless you for doing that.
Tell us what happened on January 6th and then tell us what happened at your home a few months later.
Well, basically on January 6th, we were out there for Trump's rally at the Ellipse.
We were standing kind of on the outskirts.
Again, you know, the whole time there was all stuff going around social media that Antifa was going to be there and they were going to be dressed as patriots.
They were going to wear MAGA hats backwards so that they can, you know, spot each other.
So we're just kind of standing on the outskirts near the Washington Monument.
We'd been out there a few days.
We actually drove from California.
So we're super tired.
The rally started a little late, ran late.
There were already people heading towards the Capitol.
There were a few people walking around like, yeah, yeah, we need to go to the Capitol, we need to go to the Capitol.
But we were there just looking for Antifa the whole time.
Didn't really see any busloads coming up and being confrontational.
As the rally wound down, President Trump stopped speaking.
We said, all right, guys, it's cold.
Why don't we head back to the hotel?
We'll grab some showers.
We'll get a nap.
We'll wake up, get a steak dinner, and we'll go out on the town, do some tourist stuff.
So that was actually our plan.
We started walking towards the metro to head back to our hotel.
And we got a call from some Some other Patriots we had met that Antifa was messing with people at Freedom Plaza.
So we stopped, regrouped, about another 20 minutes.
And we started walking towards Freedom Plaza.
Again, everybody's walking towards the Capitol.
We're not.
And then about another 25, 30 minutes, we got multiple calls saying that Antifa is breaking into the Capitol.
So that's when we basically changed our direction.
Walked down, I believe it's Pennsylvania.
Kind of took the longer route.
And, you know, got there.
And we were kind of late.
There were no police barricades or anything that I pushed through.
You know, the Capitol, I guess, had already been breached.
We were hearing that a 14-year-old girl was shot.
Not sure if They had heard that Ashley Babbitt was a 14-year veteran and maybe the information was getting construed or just because she's a small person.
So we're just kind of hearing that.
You know, stayed on the outside, didn't step foot in the Capitol.
I want to be absolutely clear given what your family lived through after this.
You, you know, the Capitol had been breached, the worst of the worst was over, and you did not step into the Capitol building, correct, Derek? 100%.
Incredible.
Okay, I want everybody to stay tuned.
I don't care what you're doing.
You've got to listen to what happened next.
I watched the interview with Derek, with his family, what happened to his young daughter.
It is utterly, completely un-American and he's going to share it with you across the nation here on America First.
See the whole movie.
You will not It could change your life.

We are back with Derek Kinison, one of the targets of political persecution after January 6th didn't step foot into the Capitol.
He has been raided by the federal authorities, charged with felonies.
Derek, share with us what happened at your house on February the 19th.
February 19th, 6.02 in the morning.
I was awakened by some sort of sound.
It sounded like voices.
I initially thought it was my daughter watching a YouTube video with the volume up or something.
I got up.
The house was still dark.
Then I heard a repeat over loudspeaker that basically said, all occupants, they list my address.
This is the FBI.
We have a federal search warrant for the property.
Come out with your hands up and nothing in your hands.
I immediately was like, man, which one of my buddies is playing some sick joke?
And ran to the front room, opened the shutters, saw a battering ram pointed at that window.
Closed the shutters.
At the time, my daughter was 12.
I ran into her room.
All I could muster to say was, sweetheart, you've got to wake up.
Daddy has to go outside right now.
I knew that they were either going to start sending in smoke grenades or just bashing through the windows.
I wanted to go out before they did that.
I basically opened the front door, stuck my hands out first.
Stepped out, you know, there's tactical vehicles everywhere, guys in the, you know, full tactical gear, body armor.
I had rifles pointed at me with red dots all over my chest.
As soon as I stepped out, they lit off a flashbang grenade in my backyard.
I guess they were just about to breach my bedroom window.
And then after that, your teenage daughter was handcuffed, correct, Derek?
Actually, my daughter was not handcuffed.
That was my friend Tony's daughter.
She was handcuffed.
Tony?
Yeah, she was 13.
She was handcuffed.
I told them right away, I said, guys, I have a 12-year-old daughter in the house.
Please, please go easy on my daughter.
Yeah, who was in her pyjamas, right?
She was in her tank top and they said, get her out of the house.
I mean, unbelievable things that should not happen in this country.
Since then, have you been arraigned?
Have you gone to a court?
What are they doing to you when it comes to court dates and your access as an American to swift justice?
Well, just real quick, briefly, I was not charged with anything that day.
They had a 120 day warrant, and it was getting down towards the end.
And I think we had 10 more days left on the warrant.
June 10th, I was arraigned.
I'm being charged with three felonies and two misdemeanors.
Even though I didn't step foot inside the Capitol Basically, I was arrested and you know, praise God I was released Because I know there are a lot of people who who are still in detention pretrial Basically have been arraigned and they keep bumping 30 to 60 days out every time we do a status hearing I just had another status hearing December 3rd.
They changed some of the verbiage in the indictment so they had a superseding indictment.
They took out, it's kind of interesting, the reference to the Constitution.
Took that out and then we were rearranged.
And they just bumped us out another 60 days.
Unbelievable.
I want everybody who's listening, who cares for this nation, who thinks that what happened to Mr. Kinison and his daughter is wrong to support him.

Joe Biden has a very strange explanation for the increase in prices in America.
We're going to have a very good friend of ours comment.
Here's what he said about the cost of the food you're trying to buy.
Cut four!
And so, for example, Tyson this last quarter made, I think, a little over a billion more in profit than before because they were able to raise prices.
There's so few people to compete with.
I'm urging the Congress to hold hearings as to the concentration of power in a few hands controlling the food processing side of the equation.
It's those greedy meat conglomerates.
Weird how that didn't happen under Donald Trump.
Let's get the explanation.
Award-winning journalist, publisher, Salem podcast host, Trish Regan.
Welcome back to America First.
Hello, Sam.
Good to be with you.
Trish, so I don't get it.
Gas was really cheap when my boss was in the White House.
You could afford meat, you could afford chicken.
Carrots hadn't increased by 40%.
Is it because of greedy carrot conglomerates?
What's going on?
It's not.
In fact, I get a look at the Tyson numbers, but what I would The most inclined to say is that it's possible people are not eating out as much because of COVID.
And so consequently, they're purchasing more, even though it's more expensive, hence the higher profits.
But again, I'm not going to take Joe Biden's word on that.
I'd like to go through the earnings report myself.
Look, he can blame whoever he wants.
Frankly, I am disgusted, disgusted by that blame game.
It is total typical leftist politics as usual.
Instead of admitting, Seb, what's really going on, which is that he screwed up.
He screwed up with too much stimulus, along with the Federal Reserve giving way too much stimulus, the two of them, right?
Jerome and Joe messed up and they should take accountability for this, but he won't.
I mean, this is, you know, the guy's a career politician, so instead of saying, you know, And there's a reason for this, and maybe it has something to do with me and my economic policies.
He's going to keep pointing the finger.
As far as energy goes, the reason why when Donald Trump was in the office and your boss, as you said, was in the office, we had low oil prices, was because everybody knew America was open for business as it pertained to oil.
In other words, we were going to keep investing in the oil industry, thereby making oil more plentiful, more something that we could produce and have drilled right here at home.
And that provided sort of, if you would, a sentiment that helped to lower oil prices.
Right now, there's concerns about supply because we're relying on OPEC again, the Middle East, for goodness sake.
But you say, you know, he is a professional politician, but, you know, yes, absolutely, for 47 years.
But they have to actually know what the reality is.
I'm just looking, this is Breitbart.com is reporting on a morning consult poll.
The latest polling, Trish, has 67% of independent voters saying Biden should not be re-elected.
How long can they deny the truth of the economy?
And Trish, as one who watches the markets, how bad is it going to get?
Well, we've seen a little bit of a divorce, I would say, between the real economy and the markets right now.
That could change as the Fed starts to pull back on all of its money printing, we shall see.
But I would say this, people are worried.
They're worried about these escalating prices, and it is getting Joe Biden in trouble.
But it's not just that.
I mean, obviously, that's my wheelhouse, so I care about it.
But I'll tell you this, when you have people flooding across this border, When you have 800,000 people getting the right to vote, non-residents, in the United States, in New York City, when you have what they've been trying to shove down our throats and our children's throats with this CRT nonsense, you know what?
People start to say, I've had enough.
And then, by the way, I'm paying double at the gas pump, too.
I mean, all of this adds up to a sentiment that really affects people in the middle as well.
It's not just the base here from Donald Trump that's frustrated.
You've got a large swath of independent voters that have said, this isn't working for me.
You know what?
This guy doesn't know from his elbow, so to speak.
And I'll leave it to that, that people are smarter than Joe Biden and the Democrats give them credit for.
And they don't want this.

If Donald Trump comes back, if there's a new administration including, you know, opening the spigots and the pipelines, what is the first thing he needs to do when it comes to the economy, Trish?
Cut taxes.
He's very good at that.
He had a great economic team.
My friend Steve Moore and Larry Kudlow were part of that.
They did a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful job.
They cut taxes.
They lessened regulation.
They made it worthwhile for American businesses to be doing business in America.
This administration seems to hate big business.
Every time you turn around, it's big business' fault.
And so that starts to add up, and that acts as a suppressant, if you would, We'll tell you what Elon Musk has to say about the economy and who's running it.
in every possible way.
2024 can't come soon enough, Seb.
We'll tell you what Elon Musk has to say about the economy and who's running it.
It's getting quite spicy.
Thank you, Trish.
Have an amazing Christmas.

Marianne, New Jersey, line two.
Hi, Dr. Gorga.
Hey.
I just wanted to tell you that I did a 360-degree turn from our last conversation.
All right.
Remind everybody what you said last time, Marianne.
Okay, that health care workers have a responsibility and obligation to get the vaccine.
And you do what for a living, Marianne?
I'm a nurse, I'm a hospice nurse, and that's the way I felt at that time, but it evolved to where my eyes opened, and I saw this.
That was before the mandate, and I saw exactly what they were doing with the issue.
They were using it to cause obedience, and this is for the greater good, and you must do it.
Hang on, hang on.
I need to know what made you realize that, Mary, and what opened your eyes to that reality?
Well, when I heard the word mandate, and some of my friends who are really strict conservatives said, no, they're not going to mandate me.
And they were ready to give up, and they are right to this day, their homes.
And they are one of the primary supporters of their family.
And it just, my mouth fell open, and I said, my God, they're willing to do that, and I think.
We should never be brought to that point.
Well, listen, it's a big person.
It's a person of courage who can admit that and call back.
Mary Ann, God bless you for telling the truth and for having the mental acuity to make that about turn.
Stay on the line.

After which she apologized to Ilhan Omar.
I don't know why.
Never apologize to the racists, bigots and anarchists.

House Democrats plan vote on Rep Omar's Islamophobia bill.
You're not... Don't think the wrong thing here.
This isn't about Rep Omar and removing her from her committees.
No.
This bill, which is, I guess, revenge against Lauren Boebert, is about creating an office to combat Islamophobia at the State Department.
Let me say that again.
Your taxpayer dollars will be used if this bill goes through and they have their votes in the House.
Why is Biden holding a young boy?
I mean, live television He's at the site of the tornado in Kentucky and he's holding a young boy.
It looks like a hostage video.
You're just a bloody creepy old man.
You know how creepy he is?
This is how creepy Biden is.
Let's just play this.
It's noisy.
You can hear the helicopter in the background.
A journalist asks another child, seriously?
I'm not going to even watch that.
Biden is asked why he's not holding China responsible in any way for the origins of the COVID virus.
If you're watching on radio, if you're listening on radio, I'd have to explain the visuals of what happens, but just play the video, cut three.
President Biden, on 800,000 coronavirus deaths, if you have a statement on your responsibility, why haven't you asked China to do more to be transparent on the origins?
He smiles and walks off.
The question is this, with 800,000 deaths in America from the coronavirus, could you respond to your responsibility and why you haven't asked China to be transparent on the origins of the virus?
He grins.
He grins.
What would you do if your son was in the pocket of Communist China?
What would you do if you were the big guy getting 10% of the deals?
You'd probably grin as well, wouldn't you?
Okay, let's go back to this story.
Sorry, a little bit of a sidebar there for a second.
So, the Democrats are planning to create an office for combating Islamophobia in the State Department to placate Ilhan Omar.
And the other member of the Jihadi squad... Oh, hey, what's his name?
What's the little guy's name?
Zaki.
Zaki Pouin.
Where's...
Is it Media Matters?
What's their name?
Anyway, guys, you haven't done any transcripts of my show.
Have I not pissed you off enough?
Well, try a little harder then.
Guys, yeah, the Jihadi squad, Ilhan Omar's buddy, Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, said yesterday, what day is it today?
She said today, we have Guys, we have a responsibility to show that this country, show this country that bigotry is unacceptable.
AOC is saying we, the Democrats, have a responsibility to show the country that bigotry is unacceptable.
You mean like your bigotry as a proud member of the BDS movement, the Boycott, Divest, Sanction Israel movement?
You, your anti-Semitic bigotry, AOC?
Then resign!
What about Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib?
What about those who tweet about Israel is a quote wicked country that's quote hypnotized the West and it's all about the Benjamins?
Oh is that bigotry okay?
Because it's against Jews?
Is that why AOC?
Omar's bill, this is actually Omar's bill, creates a special envoy for monitoring and combating Islamophobia who would lead a new State Department office to address... wait for it...
The rise in anti-Muslim incidents worldwide.
Here's the best part.
Yeah, because that's the problem in the world.
The problem in the world is anti-Muslim incidents.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, ask the cops in Egypt.
Get back to me.
This is her quote.
Omar actually said this.
I am not making this up.
This isn't extemporaneous stand-up comedy.
This is what she said.
We are seeing a rise in Islamophobia in nearly every corner of the globe.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, here's the proof.
In my home state of Minnesota, vandals spray-painted hate messages and a swastika on and near, near, near, just near the Moorhead Fargo Islamic Center.
I mean, I mean, come on, I mean, compared to Christians being beheaded on the beach by ISIS.
I mean, you've got, you've got vandals doing graffiti near, near to an Islamic centre.
I mean, I think, I think the whole Pentagon, the whole Pentagon should be alerted right now and deploy because there's graffiti near to an Islamic centre.
Christian communities wiped out.
By the bushel, in Syria, in Iraq, in Egypt, by the Muslim Brotherhood, by ISIS.
But no, no, no, no, stop.
Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop.
It's the graffiti near the Islamic centers.
Let's go to somebody who completely agrees with me, John in Illinois, line two.
Hi, it's a pleasure to talk to you.
I've never spoken to you before.
Carry on, John.
Sure, okay.
Back in 2019, when Ilhan Omar made the comments you alluded to, where she said, follow the Benjamins, I received a letter from my Jewish Democratic Congressman, Brad Schneider, condemning Ilhan Omar's language.
And in fact, the overwhelming majority of Democrats condemned her language.
Oh really?
Is that why she was removed from her committee appointments, John?
You lying piece of excrement.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry, my point is so difficult for you to take that you can't even let me finish.
Because she wasn't censured.
She wasn't censured, John.
It doesn't matter.
What you are spilling is garbage.
Do not waste my time.
Get rid of this putz.
Let's do something far more important.
There are over a million children, 1.3 million children in America, who will have a tough Christmas.
Why?
Because one of their parents is missing.
Yeah.
They did something wrong.
And they're in prison.
What must that feel like?
As a young girl or boy?
That you've lost a parent?
Do you blame yourself?
Was it something I said or did?
Did I drive them to make that mistake?
Am I somehow guilty?
How vulnerable are those children?
Very.
More than 70% of them will end up in prison themselves.
How do we stop that?
How can we be part of helping protect and help them?
By getting a message of love to them.
By making their Christmas this Christmas.
One in which they feel a little bit more loved.
A Christmas that is just slightly brighter for them.
There's a woman in South Carolina who prefers to stay anonymous and she's volunteered for prison fellowship every Christmas season for 19 years.
This is her message.
These kids, they're special and they didn't ask for this to happen to them.
We've become quite a little family.
We really have.
And she looked at that tag and she said, my daddy gave me a gift and he loves me.
It just means everything.
It's Christmas!
You can hear it in her voice, she's getting emotional.
Will you help be one of these people, one of these Christmas angels?
We almost hit our target, we're just like a hundred kids away.
$25 gets a child a Christmas gift, a message from their parent of love who's incarcerated.
And the Bible.
Please donate as much as you can.
If you've weathered COVID well, $125 would be five kids.
$1,000 would be incredible.
We'd hit our targets.

Do you believe that if Joe Biden in the next three years were to do something like that with unvaccinated people, how much of a pushback do you think we'd get from law enforcement, local sheriff and police, that would be unwilling to carry out that order?
Massively.
Unlike they were.
Massively.
You're seeing it already.
You're seeing it with local sheriffs who are saying we're not going to comply, especially with Second Amendment bills.
I agree here and there, but there's a lot of sheriffs that have complied.
What do you do about all those?
What do you mean, what do you do?
I don't agree with you.
I don't agree with you, Glenn.
You don't think America is turning into a police state as we're seeing it right now?
No, I think most Americans are patriots.
I'll be honest.
Did you read Dennis Prager's two articles earlier in the year called The Good German and The Good American?
Yes.
What did you think about that?
That's exactly what I'm seeing.
No, you're wrong.
You are judging America by the Democrats.
And that's wrong.
Uh, you know what?
I wish more conservatives were... didn't have this naivete that I seem to think... Dude, my father has the torture marks on him from secret police.
Don't you dare call me naive.
Who the hell do you think you are to lecture me, Glenn, about naivete?
Do you have people in your family who were tortured by secret police, Glenn?
Do you?
Does your father have the torture marks on his bodies?
Don't you dare lecture me.
Go to hell, Glenn.
Goodbye.
Two minutes.
Yeah, the police that dealt with deep on the police for the last two years are really going to be on fire inside.
Best dressed man in radio is on the line.
The best dressed man in radio?
Remember that one time?
Sean Davis?
Hey buddy, thanks for your flexibility.
As soon as I saw that I said, gotta get the dude on the show!
Oh, man, and I'm dressed.
I'm dressed.
I wish you could see.
If you could only see the suit I am wearing now, Seb.
What do you mean?
It better be a tuxedo, not a suit.
I know.
You're right.
I dressed down a little bit because I was radioing this today.
Oh, man.
Too funny, brother.
All right.
We're going to have fun.
What's your call sign?
What's your radio station?
AM 970.
The one in New York.
AM 970.
Great.
All right.
40 seconds.
Stand by, buddy.
Okay, boss.
Thank you.
All right, there's something I wanted to play for Joe.
The singing video.
Oh, the singing one.
Yeah, it's got 12.
Got 12.
You want to come in with it?
No, I'll tee it up.
All right, stand with Israel here.
Yep.
All right.
Then he can show us how real singing is done.
All right, stand.
Yeah.
All right.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Prison Fellowship.
You're ready, aren't you?
It's gonna be amazing!
Dinesh D'Souza and myself, we are traveling to Israel next November.

November 30th to December 9th, 10 days in the Holy Land.
To walk where our Lord and Savior walked the earth.
We're going to go to all the key sites.
The Sea of Galilee, Jerusalem, the Temple Mount, the Holy Church of the Sepulchre, the Dead Sea, you name it.
I think we're going to add Masada because that fortress is an incredible, incredible sight to see.

But the question remains.
When is the Piscopo Gorka trip to Italy?
Joe Piscopo, Jersey Joe, do we have a date?
September 26, my friend.
September 26.
Lock it in.
Lock it in.
Come on.
Are you serious?
You and me in Rome.
I swear to goodness gracious.
Listen, we'd be honored to have you go with us, Doc.
I got to tell you.
We're excited.
We're kicking it off September 26th and we're going to do Florence and Rome and the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento.
But hang on, hang on, hang on.
Are we going to be wearing tuxedos everywhere?
Because I'm only going if you're wearing a tux.
The whole time.
We're gonna look like James Bond in Europe, baby.
You and me.
I have a burgundy velvet smoking jacket that I'll bring.
Oh!
Oh!
Oh, come on, man!
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
You know what?
The one thing, we gotta plan.
I do a little concert there, and we do the music of the great Frank Sinatra.
It'd be great if you came up and you did a little something in that velvet tuxedo.
Are you kidding me?
You have to talk to my wife.
I'm not sure.
I was a choir boy when I was young.
My wife is not exactly a big fan when I sing in church.
I think I'm a little bit loud for her.
You will be the judge.
You will be the judge as to whether I'm still in tune.
Follow this guy, Jersey Joe Piscopo.
He doesn't know how to spell it.
It's J-R-Z-Y, Jersey Joe Piscopo, AM 970 every single day.
Okay, talking of singing, I'm gonna ruin your day, okay?
I'm gonna play you a video of famous people Made by the DNC and they're singing a song and I want your you can comment on the sartorial elegance but mainly the singing because when I saw this this morning I said to Jeff and I said we need to play this.
Cut 12.
This is our fight song.
Take back our life song.
Prove we're alright song.
My power's turned.
Starting right now, I'll be strong!
I'll pay my advice now And I don't really care if nobody else will leave Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me That's Jane Fonda.
I wanted to save you from Jane Fonda.
The song from Celebrities on the Left is Take Your Life Back.
And you know what the greatest thing is, Joe?
They're all separated from each other.
They're all isolated.
Separated from each other in their little... What was that game?
What was that?
The Celebrity Squares?
Where the person is...
Hollywood Squares.
It's like the Brady Bunch.
Take your life back as long as you're isolated.
Your comments please, Joe Biscopo.
That reminds me of, hey, welcome to, you know, Sounds of the 70s on www.
That sounded like something from 1971, and it sounded like a really bad Coca-Cola commercial.
I mean, this is like something, what are they doing?
What is the end game on that?
I want you to explain that to me.
I brought you on this show, across the nation, three million listeners, and you're supposed to answer the question, Mr. Frank Sinatra.
That, well listen, that's their problem right there.
They didn't do any Frank Sinatra tune.
Although, that would have really been tough.
I, you know, I can't figure out what they're trying to do and who they're trying to reach and they've lost complete touch.
Don't forget, Dr. Gorka, I know you don't like me to say this, but I'm a lifelong, former lifelong Blue Dog Democrat.
You know, so I know a lot of... But that Democrat party's gone.
It really is, without question.
So now I find myself just as an independent, just as a patriot, just as a libertarian more than anything else, Seb.
And when I see that, they think we're dumb and that's what really is bothersome.
But man, I'll tell you what, when I was doing radio in the 1970s, that might have been a hit back then, but right now it has no place on the air, Seb Gorka!
All right, let's get serious.
Follow this guy, Jersey Joe Piscopo, J-R-Z-Y, Jersey Joe Piscopo on Twitter.
Also, JoePiscopo.us.
Listen to him every morning, AM 970 in New York.
Joe, give us the secret.
Help us out here.
Because you are always, you're not light, you're not fluffy, but you're always upbeat.
How do you do that?
How does Piscopo prepare in the morning?
You know it's a great question because I love what you do and I love that you take no prisoners and you're straight on with it.
And I've said this to you before off mic and off camera, Dr. Gorka, I've said I love your commitment to it.
Me, I try to go down the middle and I try to balance it.
So sometimes this is the funniest thing, Seth.
Yesterday, I was letting people talk about the vaccine.
I was letting folks talk about the insurrection.
Oh my gosh, the insurrection.
But I kind of played it right down the middle and somebody said to me, hey, who hijacked the show today, Joe?
And I couldn't argue with the guy because I try to listen to everybody.
But then there are times where I put out my Dr. Seb Gorka playbook, and I get into it, and I just rant, because you could take it so much.
But right now, I believe the pendulum is coming back in such a big way, from the way the regressive socialists left, that it's coming back in such a big way, and only the good is going to come.
And I tell everybody to stay with it.
Keep the mission.
It's a just mission.
It's a responsibility that you and I have every single day on the radio.
We are going to get there.
We're coming back.
And you can't be as crazy as they are right now, what's happening out of Washington.
We've got 70 percent, more than 70 percent of independents are telling the pollsters that they don't want Biden to run again.
Let's talk about where you broadcast out of.
We have, of course, Lee Zeldin, who's running for the governor of New York.
We hope he wins.
What's the state of the city?
Talk to us about the city, Joe.
You know, in New York, we hope Eric Adams, we wish Eric Adams the best.
I supported Curtis Sliwa because he was independent and he really had a, he knows the city better than anybody.
The fear I have of Eric Adams, who is now going to be the mayor-elect after the first, is that he plays the political game and that regressive socialist left in New York City With all the violence that we've had.
You know, Doc, I broke into comedy in 1976 in New York.
And in the 70s, you couldn't walk down the street.
And it's much like that today.
It's getting better.
And the bottom line is there's anything but de Blasio.
And I want that.
And de Blasio's got to change his name because it sounds Italian.
And I got news for you.
De Blasio is not Italian.
So I'm not taking I don't want to take the blame for that.
His original name was Wilhelm.
Come on, guys.
Not exactly Italian.
Not a lot of Wilhelms in Sorrento, as far as I know.
Okay, guys.
September 26th.
We've got our dates for Italy.
First, book your tickets to Israel with me.
We should get Joe along as well.
Standwithisraeltour.com.

The End
- I was looking at the wrong segment.
I was confused for a moment.
I was like, wait, did Davis get switched or something?
I was terrified for a moment.
This is crazy.
Never forget the time we Skyped him and he was intoxicated.
I know, that was so cool.
That's crazy.
There's a letter on FDA is using the Postal Service to stop and destroy packages containing ivermectin.
Who sent you that?
Someone called me yesterday.
It's a scam.
It is?
It was started by one of the Q&I guys.
Is there a link to anything?
I'll send it to you.
I couldn't find anywhere else yesterday.
All right, so we have Schiff.
Oh, plate cut 13 for me.
13 right here.
We could cue the first graphic.
This one reads, on January 6, 2021, Vice President Mike Pence, as President of the Senate, should call out all electoral votes that he believes are unconstitutional as no electoral votes at all.
You can see why this is so critical to ask Mr. Meadows about.
About a lawmaker suggesting that the former vice president simply throw out votes that he unilaterally deems unconstitutional in order to overturn a presidential election and subvert the will of the American people.
Just dropped off the line.
Oh, show and drop.
How was the connection?
good yeah oh Oh, uh, title for Piscopo.
Yeah, I think we lost you.
Hang on.
Local's in relief here as well.
Mm-hmm.
Here we go.
Coming up.
Okay, he's back.
45 seconds.
Hey, Sean.
Hey, Seth.
How are you?
Good, good.
Thanks for responding so quickly.
We're gonna play a cut of Schiff and then we're gonna come straight to you.
Sounds good.
Alright, coming with Cut 13 guys.
Come in with Cup 13, yep.
Come in with 13.
All right.
Come in with 13.
Come in with 13.

That's Adam Schiff in a bunker somewhere, because I guess he's still afraid of COVID.
I'm sure he's vaccinated and boosted and all that, but I guess he feels safer because of all the insurrectionists running around.
However, let's remind the world he lied for four years.
He talked about incontrovertible Russian evidence, never provided it.
He doctored the conversation between President Trump and Ukrainian Prime Minister Oh, and don't forget, I wish we had it on tap.
We should put it on our sound machine here.
He was punked by those Russian journalists when he wanted the Kompromat.
That's how serious an individual he is.
But now he's been caught again.
I saw this earlier today, immediately jumped for my phone, texted Sean Davis, co-founder of The Federalist, because they're breaking some news every single day.
Sean, welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me back.
Sean, what did you find as Shifty Schiff do again this time with the texts from the January 6th committee?
Right, we found that Adam Schiff and the January 6th committee were not being exactly truthful about the shocking bombshell text messages that they had advertised where, according to Schiff, a lawmaker was calling on Meadows to subvert democracy and overthrow the government.
In reality, what happened was Jim Jordan, the conservative member of Congress, forwarded to Meadows a verbatim summary of a four-page legal memorandum from a D.C. attorney, man, who used to be the inspector general of the Department of Defense.
Now, Jim Jordan didn't type the message.
He didn't author the message.
He forwarded this text to Meadows.
I'm paraphrasing here.
I'm not putting words in George's mouth because he didn't put them in there, but kind of like an FYI.
Right.
Here's something you might want to look at, was basically the gist.
Right.
And so what Schiff did is he went and looked at that and said, oh, this is a member of Congress telling Meadows to overturn the election.
And then Schiff throws up on the screen, this graphic, a screenshot of a text and says, look at what he This member of Congress did.
Well, we saw the original text that rebuked him.
We obtained them and looked at the whole thread, and it was never Jordan who said that.
It was obvious it was a verbatim summary from someone else.
But Schiff went and doctored the screenshot.
He doctored the text.
He cut out two paragraphs, paragraphs of legal citations, of references to Alexander Hamilton and Federalist No.
78.
He truncated a sentence, cut it off in the middle, got rid of context, and threw on a period.
And then my favorite part was He's like, we've got to ask Mark Meadows about this.
We've got to ask him about this.
He knew it was from Jim Jordan.
He never went and asked Jim Jordan, Hey, can you explain this text here?
He never bothered to go to the person who allegedly wrote it, who sent it to say, Hey, can you explain this?
But now he says they have to hold Mark Meadows in criminal contempt because he can't ask something that he refused to ask the person who sent it.
Like the whole thing is such a ridiculous con.
But fortunately for us, it's Schiff acting true to form.
He's a failed fiction writer with a long history of fabrication, just doing what he does.
Have you asked, has the Federalist requested any comment from Schiff's office?
Did you receive any?
We did.
We repeatedly asked for comment from him.
We never heard anything.
Interestingly enough, while a bunch of lefties online were climbing out on a limb to say that we were wrong to suggest that The text had been doctored or fabricated.
I got a statement from the January 6th committee spokesman that said, oh yeah, so yeah, turns out you're right.
He did kind of edit that thing and we regret the error.
So the committee spokesman admitted that Schiff doctored the texts?
The committee spokesperson admitted that the committee had doctored the texts.
Interesting.
So what's interesting here is I suspect that Schiff had no clue what the text actually was.
He was just reading whatever somebody put in front of him, like Ron Burgundy, read it, and then was infuriated to find himself being accused of doctoring text, and then basically threw the entire committee under the bus.
That's what I suspect happened.
But now we have proof, according to their own admission, that the January 6th committee is doctoring text messages from Republicans.
All right, we're going to share with you next what Ted Lieu is calling for.
It's not stopping them being caught red-handed.

The End
Okay, Mike's on.
Which cut, I'm sorry?
Ten, Ted Lieu.
I have legislation that will allow the House of Representatives to execute our inherent content power.
It's a power the Supreme Court has upheld.
We can use it to find witnesses or to put them into confinement.
It's time we use that, because right now, the trial for Steve Bannon, for example, is not set until August.
For Mark Meadows, it'll probably be even further.
And when you can delay enforcement subpoenas that long, it effectively renders subpoenas meaningless.
So there's... Hello?
Is my mic on?
Yeah, it's on.
I can hear you.
They're saying he wants confinement for Meadows and Bannon because they can't get their hearing earlier than May.
There's just no logic.
Yeah, I think they're suggesting actually putting them in the congressional jail pending the trial, which is bonkers.
We can actually go into it once we're back on how the subpoenas are not valid because the committee is not following its own enabling resolution.
Perfect.
I wanted to ask you about that.
Perfect.
Perfect.
Exactly right.
Okay, perfect.
Forty seconds.
Standby.
Alright, 40 seconds.
We've got JCN and Freedom Square here.
Okay.
Coming in with anything?
Um, no.
I'm just doing JCN.
Oh, okay.

Who are the Biden mandates going to hit the most?
It's not going to hit Amazon or Coca-Cola.
It's going to hit the small businesses in America that are the lifeblood of our economy and employ 60 million Americans.
How do we stop them?
It's illegal.
It's unconstitutional.
Yes, you can challenge them in the courts, but that's costly.
The Job Creators Network has stepped up and is suing the Biden administration over its illegal vaccine mandate.
Until it was withdrawn, We won't know the damage on small businesses.

With Sean Davis, co-founder of The Federalist, following Sean M. Dav, he has got, I'm just looking at his Twitter feed, surprise surprise, top of his feed, liberals are three times more likely than conservatives to report people on social media.
Well, isn't that a shocker?
If you want an alternative, check out our new locals community, gawker.locals.com.

Sean, this is getting out of hand, the January 6th committee.
Now we have Ted Lieu, the person who was funded by Ed Buck.
The person who kept getting dead black homosexual men found in his apartment.
Usually that ends a political career.
This is what Ted Lieu said about arresting and imprisoning Mark Meadows and Steve Bannon.
Cut 10.
I have legislation that will allow the House of Representatives to execute our inherent content power.
That's a power the Supreme Court has upheld.
We can use it to find witnesses or to put them into confinement.
It's time we use that.
Because right now, the trial for Steve Bannon, for example, is not set until August.
For Mark Meadows, it'll probably be even further.
And when you can delay enforcement of subpoenas that long, it effectively renders subpoenas meaningless.
They want to have the Sergeant-at-Arms arrest Steve Bannon, put him in a jail cell on Capitol Hill.
Talk to us, Sean, about how it's not just overreach.
The committee itself doesn't have the powers it's already using.
That's right.
Ted Luce says in that clip that if Meadows or Bannon's allowed to do what they're doing, then it means the committee, the January 6th Inquisition Subpoenas are meaningless, and he's correct, because they are meaningless.
They're legally invalid.
They're null and void.
And that's because of two reasons.
Number one, the committee itself, this J6 Inquisition, isn't even following its own rules in how it conducts its business.
It's supposed to have 13 members.
It doesn't.
It's supposed to have Republican-appointed members.
It doesn't.
In fact, every single member on that committee was appointed by Nancy Pelosi.
You recall, she banned The Republican minority leader, who under House rules is required to be able to appoint his members, for putting on Jim Banks or Jim Jordan.
So number one.
Then number two, you actually have the committee ignoring House rules about what is required when witnesses are subpoenaed or they are deposed for testimony.
And what the standing House rules that Nancy Pelosi herself instituted say Is that subpoenas have to be done with the knowledge and advice of the ranking member, which is usually the highest ranking member of the minority party appointed on the committee, except there is no ranking member.
Because again, Pelosi wouldn't let McCarthy appoint his own members.
So you have Liz Cheney out there masquerading as the ranking member when she's not, because she was appointed by a Democrat.
But you have no ranking member, which destroys all of what they're doing.
But Sean, there's an even more obvious issue that negates the whole committee.
Special committees of Congress are only authorized, and this has been established by the Supreme Court and the Constitution, If there is some legislative issue that they wish to investigate.
There's no legislative issue with regards to January the 6th.
That's correct.
Yeah.
So the courts call it a valid legislative purpose that Congress can't just go and demand stuff from anyone they want.
There has to be a valid underlying legislative purpose.
And when you look again at the enabling resolution for this inquisition, it specifically says in there, this committee is not even allowed to mark up legislation.
Or have its own legislation, or introduce its own legislation.
By its own text, creating it, it's not a valid legislative committee.
So you're exactly right.
There's reason after reason after reason why all these are invalid.
And for some crackpot nutjob like Ted Lieu to go out and say somebody who is asserting centuries-old privileges, namely executive privilege, to avoid having to subject the president to the inquisition by Congress, that he is somehow a criminal who needs to be in prison, and will set aside Bannon, even though he's been indicted by a kangaroo court.
Meadows hasn't even been charged with anything.
U.K.
hasn't come and sought an indictment.
You have a simple finding from Congress that it holds him in contempt.
Well, Congress did the same thing to Eric Holder when he was blocking Congress under the Obama administration.
You didn't see anyone on the left, Ted Lieu or Adam Schiff or Liz Cheney, demanding his imprisonment.
This whole thing is just such an obviously political farce.
You mentioned Liz Cheney twice.
Let's talk about what she did with the text messages that she read out, which were provided illegally without a warrant voluntarily by the phone companies.
Don't the texts already prove that the whole thing is invalid?
Because if you have leading conservatives say, please tell the president to say something, there's violence on Capitol Hill, that means there was no premeditation and therefore there was no insurrection.
So they've actually defeated their own purpose.
Have they not, Sean?
They did.
They played themselves.
They were so eager to go and get other people's bank records and phone calls.
They just sent a letter to a phone company, give us all these people's phone records, and the phone companies apparently did it.
And then they go in there, and they're horrified to find that Fox News personalities and John Jr.
were saying things like, hey, this violence is bad.
We should try and stop it.
It's just, it's remarkable the double standards that they have.
The people on the right have always opposed political violence, and they did in this case.
And I think what the left is having a problem getting is that they support it, and they're trying to figure out how to attack Republicans for allegedly doing something that the left supported through the entirety of 2020 with BLM.
That's good.
I see Sean Davis formulating his next article right now.
The trap they're in, the left is in, including Cheney and Kinzinger, is they're trying to condemn that which They have actually been on the side of for nigh on two and a half years.

I'm happy to talk to you.
My point of view on the January 6th committee and Donald Trump is this.
Liz Cheney's target is Donald Trump.
She is going to target all the way till the 2022 elections on Donald Trump and what he didn't do when he knew that the Capitol has been breached.
To me, it's just like Benghazi.
If he knew within one minute, maybe I'll give him five minutes, that the Capitol has been breached, I want to hear tapes of him on the phone, commanding somebody to do this or that.
And if they didn't follow his order, then put it on tape and let them take the ball.
But if he sat there and watched even Maybe three minutes of that, without getting on that phone and calling someone, I want to know about it.
Because as of right now, it seems like he watched it, dude.
And I'm sorry to say that.
Why are you denying what actually happened before the riot?
No, no, that's what I'm saying.
You're distorting history.
You're distorting history.
You do know the Trump administration, the White House, offered National Guard assets to Nancy Pelosi before January the 6th.
You do know that, right?
Do you know what Nancy did?
Yes, I do.
Do you know what Nancy did, Leo?
I know.
She's a liar.
No, no, no.
Leo, calm down.
Do you know what she did?
She denied it.
She didn't take it.
Right.
So what is President Trump's culpability?
He was ready in advance and she made it impossible.
So why are you putting it on him?
No, no, Mr. Gorka.
I'm not saying that anything would have been done after he made the order.
But if he knew that the Capitol had been breached, I don't care... Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
If she's refusing it beforehand, you think something would have been done afterwards?
Are you kidding me?
Come on, Leo.
That's not serious.
No, that's not a serious comment.
If the Speaker of the House is denying assistance beforehand, once trouble erupts, you think it's actually going to be accepted?
She was happy that it had occurred.
It was perfect for her.
Come on, live in the real world, my friend.
Next up, we're going to talk to Daniel DiMartino, who escaped Venezuela, loves America, and he's going to explain why so many Americans don't.

I'm hungry.
I'm hungry.
A clip from a shocking video by our friend Armie Horowitz here.
He went to Venezuela.
He's a guerrilla journalist.
And there he is in Caracas, just outside a public park with a local, a father, who is walking through the park at dusk, asking him, why?
Why are you here after dark?
And he says, I'm looking for something to feed my family.
A dog, a cat, or a pigeon.
This hour here on America First with me your host Sebastian Gorka.
We are going to dedicate it to the real threat of socialism and what socialism truly is with somebody who knows and somebody who has impressed me greatly.
I saw him recently at a heritage conference talking about his experiences.
Daniel DiMartino, welcome to America First one-on-one.
Thank you for having me Sebastian.
So, I think I heard you first speak at a Heritage event before Covid.
You came back last week for this amazing roundtable for the 30th anniversary of the fall of communism.
Let's be specific.
The fall of communism in the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact.
This week you gave a speech about why Venezuela particularly should be used as a warning signal, as an example of what could happen in America.
I want you to explain that in a moment, but first Would you tell our millions of listeners across the nation, those who are viewing us on Rumble or seeing this maybe later on social media, just a little bit of your short life story to date?
Yeah, of course.
Well, I'm originally from Venezuela.
I was born and raised there.
I came to America five and a half years ago after finishing high school in Caracas, the city that you showed in the video where that man is now seeking to find a dog to eat.
And the truth is that Venezuela, when I was a kid, was a much different country than what it is today.
It's been declining my whole life.
And that's why I decided to leave.
And I was blessed with the opportunity to come to America.
And I've dedicated my life to stopping what happened in Venezuela from ever happening again.
Now I'm doing a PhD in economics at Columbia University.
I lived in Indiana before and Kentucky.
Now I'm in New York City, unfortunately.
But we're having a good time.
I'm very thankful.
All right, so welcome to America.
Thank you for what you have said so bravely, so courageously at multiple events on multiple platforms.
Will you just briefly explain why the experience of Venezuela is so relevant to America today and why the experience of Russia and the Soviet Union or Cuba isn't?
Well, I'm not dismissing the experience of other countries.
All countries, you know, we can learn many things from it.
I do think that the experience of Venezuela particularly is relevant for us today because Venezuela is the most recent country to become a socialist dictatorship.
And it did so democratically.
That's the difference with Cuba.
That's the difference with the Soviet Union.
That's the difference with the Eastern European countries or China or others.
Because in America, socialism is never going to, or at least I don't think it will in any time in the foreseeable future, come through a coup or some type of violent revolution.
Yeah, it will come through the vote.
And that's exactly what happened in Venezuela.
Hugo Chavez won his first election in 1998 and each successive election was plagued and plagued with more fraud until it was impossible.
To change the results.
And gradually, he implemented policies like increasing government spending to the degree that you couldn't pay it off.
Investors stopped lending to the country.
Inflation shut up.
Shortages started happening in the shelves in the early 2000s because he imposed price controls to stop inflation, blaming businesses for the inflation rather than his own policies.
I'm giving everything for free, and that's why our country was destroyed.
And that's eerily similar to what we hear from the Democrats in this country.
Yeah, that you don't need a violent takeover, you don't need a revolution, as the old saying goes in other socialist countries, one man, one vote, once.
Why is Venezuela Such a tragic story.
Can you help, you know, for those who are not familiar with the background, the economy, the history?
Why is the socialization of Venezuela so very, very tragic, Daniel?
Yeah, but it was because Venezuela in the 1950s was the fourth richest country on the planet.
It was the country that welcomed my grandparents when they came being dirt poor from Italy and Spain when, you know, in Spain they were under a fascist dictatorship.
And Italy was destroyed by World War II.
So Venezuela welcomed millions of people from all over the world, from all over Latin America, that was a region full of military dictatorships as well.
And in that melting pot that Venezuela was, in that American dream in South America, it was transformed from an upper middle income country into one of the poorest, one of the most dangerous countries on the planet.
Caracas, where I'm from, is the city with the highest murder rate on the planet.
In Venezuela, every year, between 20,000 and 30,000 people get murdered.
That is triple the number of people that get murdered in the United States, which is a country with 10 times as many people.
It's insane.
So it's a dangerous country.
It's a country where there's no food, where there's not even gasoline, even though we have the largest oil reserves on the planet.
Milton Friedman's saying, That if you gave the government the Sahara Desert, in five years we wouldn't have any sand rings so true because we gave the government the oil and then now we don't have any oil.
Can you explain, did your parents who came to Venezuela, do they have an explanation as to the mechanics of how this occurred?
Why is it that the Venezuelans didn't realize?
Because it wasn't a switch that was flicked.
You went from one day being free and prosperous To then being a destitute nation with one party state and having to hunt down dogs and cats to eat.
Is there a lack of resistance?
Is there a lack of education?
Was the Chavez regime so very very good at what they do?
Do you have an explanation for the fall of Venezuela as the Venezuelans stood there?
Yeah, it has to do first with the failure of the political class before Hugo Chavez took over.
Venezuela had been on a decline before Hugo Chavez was elected.
Otherwise people wouldn't have voted for him.
Let's remember this for people who are not familiar with Chavez.
Chavez was a member of the military.
He attended a coup in 1992 and he failed and he went to jail.
And after he was released from jail because the following president pardoned him, which was the one big mistake, he ran for president and won.
So people voted for a traitor, a murderer, somebody who desecrated our country, who drove tanks in the streets and killed people.
And for that to happen, yes, of course it's ignorance, but also things have to go very wrong in your country for that to happen in the first place.
And the truth is that we had corrupt politicians before Chavez.
We had politicians that believed in big government.
They were just not, you know, full-blown socialists like that.
And the country was in a rough economic spot in the 90s.
And that's why Chavez won.
That's why, you know, the solution to stop socialists from taking over in the first place is to have a prosperous country, to have a country that is free, so that there's not even a need for people to think about those things.
He is telling the truth every single day.

We are talking to Daniel Di Martino, born in Venezuela, now in the United States, living the American dream.
Thank you for sharing your personal story.
Let me ask you what your experience has been like here in the United States.
Let's start with probably the most tragic question of all.
Your fellow Americans, when they find out where you're from or if you start talking about political issues, what is the general level of knowledge about socialism and communism, Daniel?
Yeah, that's a great question because it is very low.
Usually when you tell, especially a young person, right?
You know, oh yeah, I'm from Venezuela.
People, you know, some people think it's a regular tropical country.
I'm like, oh, I love to visit.
And I have to say, no, you don't.
You don't want to visit unless you want to die or suffer a crime.
So that's one of the responses I get.
Another type is that I'm very sorry for what your country is going through because people have heard what's happening in the news.
Other people ask me, is it that bad as the news shows it?
You know, they don't believe it's that bad or they're not sure what to think.
And I have to tell them it's much worse than what the news shows because the news doesn't show everything that people are going through day to day.
They don't show how in 2019 the whole country Suffer a blackout.
30 million people without electricity for two weeks.
Imagine what happened to people in hospitals.
Imagine people who needed refrigerators for their insulin if they were diabetic.
People died all over the country because of that.
And all of that is the government's fault.
They're not told that, you know, the regime says that blackouts are the fault of Marco Rubio, who is hacking the electricity system from Miami, which is what they actually say.
And nobody really believes that right inside.
Leftists all over the world are promoting these lies and people don't know what to believe, right?
A few people, especially on college campuses, specifically faculty members, have told me that, you know, they think that it's the fault of the United States or it is, it is some, you know, it's nothing to do with socialism.
It's just, this is a corrupt government.
These are bad people.
Do you try and correct them, Daniel?
Yes.
In undergraduate, this is when this happened.
And I actually had to tell a professor, you know, this could have gotten me in very big trouble.
But I guess that when you are from Venezuela, it's different as if somebody else says it, right?
Because I come from personal experience.
And so I told him, you know, if you really want to see what's going on, I invite you to, you are going to move to my home in Venezuela and I'm going to move to your home where you live in Indiana and see who lasts longer and see how you do.
Right?
You know, let's exchange homes.
Did you ever succeed with any of your faculty members in convincing them, Daniel?
Well, he never mentioned Venezuela again.
I will say this one never mentioned Venezuela again in class, never mentioned socialism again.
But, you know, it is sad to me.
They can think whatever they think.
What's sad to me is that if I wasn't there in that specific class to challenge him on his views of Venezuela or socialism, imagine what's happening to college students, even high school students all over this country.
When professors are indoctrinating them on challenged.
And that's the task that I think conservative students have.
They need to speak up.
Because most of the time, they will be the only voice for reason in the classroom.
Have you ever, I'm curious, maybe it hasn't occurred in your time in America, but when there's a gun incident, when there's a school shooting, and somebody talks to you about, well, we've got to disarm Americans, or the Second Amendment is crazy.
Do you ever mention the fact, what was it in 2012, when private firearms ownership was banned in Venezuela?
Do you ever bring up that point?
I always bring up the point that I support the Second Amendment, not even for self-defense reasons.
Of course, I believe in self-defense, but I support the Second Amendment as a protection for tyranny, which is the original intended purpose of the Second Amendment.
Yeah, absolutely.
And it is because of Venezuela.
Look, people think that you get out of a tyrannical regime by peacefully protesting and, you know, you just dress in white and send a little letter to the Soviet Union and to, you know, the Chinese regime, Cuba, Venezuela.
That's not how you get rid of a tyrant.
That's not how Americans get rid of the English monarchy in 1776, right?
That's not what happened.
There was a war for independence.
Outside of faculty, when it comes to your fellow students, are there any that you've managed to convince to not look so favorably on Karl Marx, Daniel?
Yeah, actually, I have been able to persuade some people, especially people who are moderate, right?
Especially people who are in the center-left, not as much the people who are very dogmatic, but most people are not really, you know, socialist dogmatic.
They're just compassionate.
They just want to do better.
They like what AOC says.
They like what Bernie Sanders says.
But if you come up with, I think that if you come up with reasons, you know, yes, I want everybody to have a better quality of life.
Of course, I'd love everybody to have health insurance.
Of course, I'd love for everybody to have a house.
The question is how to get there.
And I don't think these policies do.
And that's the matter.
And what have you found is the best argument that works with people of your age?
Is there some avenue of attack?
Is there some issue that is more fruitful than others?
I think that it is coming up as a calm and reasonable person.
Remember that most people on the left, especially young people, have little to no interaction with conservatives.
So they have this image in their heads that we're monsters.
That we're intolerant, that we're crazy, that we are, you know, bigots.
And that's not the case.
So once they talk with somebody who is reasonable, most of the time they're really shocked at first.
They're like, oh, wow.
Like sometimes, you know, most of the time, many of my friends on the left, they're like, I'm the only friend that it's not on the left that they have.
And they're like, oh, you know, he's a reasonable, he's not crazy or whatever.
How shocking!
He's not.
Most people are.
He's not a monster.

We are back talking to Daniel DiMartino, formerly of Venezuela, now PhD economics candidate at Columbia University.
Let me ask you a very personal question, Daniel.
You've lived here for a while now.
What does America mean to you and how does it compare to other places?
America is the best country in the world.
And it is the best country in the world because it is the only country where you can come from anywhere.
And it is based on an idea that anybody can buy into and become an American.
And I think that Ronald Reagan phrased this very well, that you can go to France and not become a Frenchman.
You can go to Japan and not become Japanese.
But anybody from any part of the world can come to America and become an American.
And I think that that's a concept.
That is special that we cannot lose because being, you know, becoming an American or believing in the ideas of America doesn't mean that you're born here.
It should mean, or at least it should mean, that you believe in the ideas that the founders believed on.
And that's what we need to inculcate children.
Even though many people don't believe in those ideas anymore, this is the only country where a huge portion of the population is dedicated It's a hard believer in freedom, in the Second Amendment.
In no other place in the world you find people like Americans.
And that's what makes this country special.
It's peculiar.
I mean, it does say in the Bible that a prophet will not be recognized in his own land.
And it is peculiar that the greatest book ever written on the United States was written by somebody who's not an American, but Alex de Tocqueville.
Do you have a theory, after your years of observing and now being a student, a PhD candidate, why it is If you look at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation's poll done with YouGov, if you look at the shocking statistics that two-thirds of American millennials would prefer to live in a socialist or communist America, despite the fact that they really have no idea what that means.
Do you have any explication as to how we arrived at this point?
What have you learned from your fellow Americans of your same generation?
Well, I think that the reason we arrived at this point is because there's a strategy from politicians on the left who are not, who do not have good intentions.
People like Bernie Sanders, people like Ilhan Omar, like AOC, Rashida Tlaib, you know, Jamal Bowman.
There's many members of Congress and other political leaders who are actual believers in Venezuelan style of socialism, who are known to have praised it, are known to be friends of those tyrannical regimes abroad.
And they're lying to Americans, to people who are young.
They want to indoctrinate people into voting for them so that the same thing that happened in Venezuela can happen here.
And I know that that sounds radical.
For many people will say, you know, you're exaggerating.
But you know what, Sebastian and all the viewers, that's what we were told in Venezuela.
That same thing that we're exaggerating, that's what we were told.
We were told that we're not Cuba, that we're not an island, that we're, you know, we're a democracy.
We have oil.
We will never become like Cuba.
Guess what?
We're worse than Cuba today in Venezuela.
And it was democratically.
It wasn't a coup.
So don't come and tell me that that can't happen here, because Venezuela was a nation of immigrants.
Venezuela was a nation that was free.
Venezuela was a democracy.
Venezuela had the largest oil reserves on the planet, something the United States doesn't have.
And still, we are now poor and starving and 6 million refugees out of our country, out of 30 million people.
Do you have hope for Venezuela, Daniel?
I unfortunately don't have hope in the medium term.
I hope, my hope is that in my lifetime, Venezuela will once again be free so that I can show my children and my grandchildren the country I grew up in.
There's nothing that I would love more than to go back and visit some people, you know, and go back and see my school, my high school.
So many people I miss and so many places that are dear to me.

The End
You lived in a socialist country, my parents escaped a communist country, my father was liberated from a political prison in communist Hungary and I'd like your assistance just for a few minutes because, you know, We met again at this amazing event.
My wife organized it, Heritage, along with the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation last week to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Soviet Union.
But we have so much work left to be done.
The threat is not from Europe.
It's not from the Soviet Union or the Warsaw Pact.
It's from people in America who believe that communism is the way, who think that packing the Supreme Court is A good thing.
Open borders is a good thing.
What is it, can you give us your sense, what is it that Conservatives Do wrong when it comes to communicating.
Ronald Reagan, you know, had the skills of the actor.
He knew all the facts because he traveled, you know, to hundreds of GE plants before he became governor of California.
He was paid to explain why democracy, why free markets work.
So he had the skills and he had the knowledge.
We're far too keen on the right, Daniel, I think, to say, oh look, here's the Laffer curve distribution for taxation.
Here's the return on GDP and investment if you lower taxes.
We have the facts and the data and we think the data's enough.
This famous phrase from Ben Shapiro, facts don't care about your feelings.
Yes, Ben, but feelings are often how you win elections.
So do you have any advice for those who say, yeah, we get it, but who don't know how to communicate it, especially to people of your generation?
Yeah, I have three, three, actually three points that I want to make.
One of them is that the right doesn't have solutions to that are unified people, solutions that unify us to the problems that Americans have today, unfortunately.
Yes, you know, we believe in school choice.
Yes, we believe in the right to life.
But what else do we believe in?
Do we believe in low taxes?
Yes.
OK, great.
What is our education reform proposal aside from school choice?
How do we educate children about socialism?
What is your health care proposal?
We couldn't even pass anything.
And people are concerned about the cost of health care.
And that's why they vote for the Democrats, because they have proposals.
Yes, bad proposals, but they have something.
What is your proposal to reduce the cost of housing so people can buy a home and raise a family?
What is the proposal so that people can live a good life, so that we have secure communities?
We don't want to defund the police.
That's what we're against.
What are we for?
How do we make sure our cities are safer?
So we need to get unified on solutions so that we can present the American people what we believe in, and they will clearly show that ours are superior.
That's one.
Another thing that I think is that we're cheapening the meaning of the word socialist.
Okay.
Yes, Bernie Sanders is a socialist.
Yes, AOC is.
But, you know, increasing the child tax credit is not going to turn us into Cuba, right?
And I feel like a lot of Republicans, because they know that the word socialist, you know, is good for the base.
We all hate it.
They call things socialist that we shouldn't really be calling socialist.
And that cheapens the meaning of the word.
Just like Democrats call everybody racist, and then that cheapens the meaning of the word racism, which is real when it's properly used.
So we need to make sure that we use words carefully.
And I think that finally, we need to teach future generations about socialism in ways that we aren't right now.
We teach about the Holocaust somewhat, even though we should teach more.
But what about we require schools?
To be teaching about what happened in Venezuela, what happened in the Soviet Union, and that's something that Florida is working right now and doing.
We need to do this at the national level instead of just, you know, using it as a campaign tactic.
We see now many Republicans actually want the radical left to win primaries in the Democratic Party instead of rooting for moderate Democrats.
The truth is that it would be better for all Americans if we had a Democratic Party that wasn't a socialist party, right?
And we need to be supporting Democratic primary opponents to AOC, because the truth is that we're never going to win a Republican candidate in AOC's district, which is 90% Democratic.
So we might as well be well-meaning for the American people, and instead of wanting to have her as a scapegoat, try to defeat her for real with somebody who is more moderate.
Fascinating.
Let me get you to expand upon that first point.
You say we have these principles but we don't have details to our policies.
Are elections really won on detailed policies?
Aren't we falling back into the trap of, here's my PowerPoint presentation, look at the distribution of income and, you know, the bell curve.
Can you expand upon that first point, Daniel?
Yeah.
So I don't mean that you need to have, that you need to campaign on a detailed policy, but if all you have is things you are against, okay, you will win this election.
Great.
Well, then what are you going to do with power?
What did Republicans do with healthcare when they won in 2016?
They did nothing.
They lost because other Republicans voted against their own proposal.
And so what did people think?
You know, Democrats may actually pass something.
So now let's give them a chance.
No, we have to pass things.
What is the Republican proposal for immigration?
Oh, you know, let's go back to Trump and build a wall.
But there's so many things that we don't talk about.
What is the Republican proposal to secure communities?
We're against defunding the police.
Great.
What about you say, you know, I'm for increasing police presence in targeted areas with crimes, or I'm for training and giving these resources to police officers, or I'm for this and that.
We need to have things we're for.
Yeah, so it sounds like, and I can concur with this, if you win, for example, if they're predicting the shellacking of the Democrats in the midterms, the GOP may win, but they're not ready with their concrete packages.
They say defund the police is wrong.
OK, but what are you going to actually do?
These are the things they should be working out now, Daniel, correct?
Exactly.
That's what Newt Gingrich did in the 90s.
He presented the agenda for America.
Yes.
They won and they passed it.
And it was a huge success.
Yeah, the contract with America was amazing.
Newt Gingrich remains, I think, the greatest strategic mind in politics in America today.
We need another Newt Gingrich.
We need a Newt who's 20 years younger.
We need him to get back into the saddle.
You're absolutely right.
He was ready to roll.
He had a program.
We're talking to Daniel DiMartino.
Follow him at Daniel DiMartino on Twitter or at his web page, Daniel DiMartino.
I don't think he was too woke.
He was the exact opposite.
You know what woke means?
It means you're a loser.
Everything woke.
Everything woke.
It's true.
I want to close by getting you to expand, Daniel, on this.
That response was great, the three things we have to do better as conservatives.
The second one, you said, is not to cheapen socialism, and for years You know, as a person whose father had the scars of the secret police torturers on his body until he died, I used to get angry when Americans said, oh, they're communists!
The left are communists!
And I'd say, really?
Let me talk to you about what communism or socialism really is.
However, Daniel, in the last three years, I don't have a problem with people saying that about the Democrats.
When you see, you know, AOC wasn't elected as a Democrat.
She was elected as a candidate of the Democratic Socialists of America.
When you have Bernie Sanders, who I think was, you know, had the candidacy stolen from him by Hillary, a man who gladly, unrepentantly honeymooned with his wife in the Soviet Union when it was the Soviet Union.
Isn't it factually correct to call these people socialists?
Or are you talking about cheapening the word in another way?
No, I said it.
It is factually correct to call these specific individuals socialists.
I also call them because they are.
They're even self-avowed.
So it's not even us putting the word on them.
But I mean on people who don't deserve it.
I'm calling every Democrat that a Republican is running against a Socialist.
That's not true.
Not all Democrats are Socialists.
And you do not want for Democrats to think that they are.
Because once they are, they will actually, you know, it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
They have nothing to lose, right?
They have nothing to lose.
They already are being called Socialists, so why not as well do it?
Fabulous.
I wish we had another hour to talk to you.
I have one suggestion.
Hopefully, I can see the basic economics textbook on the shelf behind you.
You're working hard on your PhD, but you've got to write a book, Daniel.
You've got to write an autobiography.
Are you going to do that?
I'm thinking about writing one about the story of what happened to Venezuela.
There's no book in English about what really happened to our country, and we need Americans to know.
All right, let's have a discussion on that offline.
Fabulous.
