	At least not as good as they should.
	I am deeply, deeply touched by all of you who've done so much.
	We had a goal of just over a thousand children that we wanted to help with the Angel Tree Program.
	Because there are more than a million, more than a million children in America who've lost a parent because that parent committed a crime and they are now behind bars.
	Think what that does to you as a child.
	The feeling of vulnerability, the feeling of, could I possibly be guilty?
	Is it my fault?
	Did I do something wrong?
	Why am I being punished by my mother being incarcerated or my father being locked away?
	And not only that sense of how endangered they feel themselves, but factually the impact upon their lives.
	More than 70% of the more than a million children Who have a mother or father in prison will end up behind bars themselves.
	It's a shocking statistic, but we can do something about it.
	A little goes a long way to make these children feel just a little bit more loved this Christmas.
	To make them feel like they haven't been forgotten.

	Let's talk to the man who's educated more than most when it comes to this topic.

	So we could comment on that absurdity of DiCaprio as he's jetting around the world in his jet, telling us that he's fighting the science deniers for the climate.
	Please tell us first.
	Let's get serious.
	We've heard the president already This creepy old man trying to play politics with the devastation in Kentucky and elsewhere that this is clearly a function of climate change.
	Mark, give us some historic perspective.
	Have tornadoes happened before in America?
	Yeah, I mean, this is a low blow.
	I mean, this is like, as the event happens, this happened actually about eight years ago, hurricanes in Tornado Alley in Oklahoma.
	It was Nancy Pelosi went to the House floor to blame it on climate change.
	Well, Joe Biden did it again yesterday.
	These tornadoes come at, first of all, a below average year in tornadoes.
	Beyond that, big tornadoes, F3 and larger, have been a 50% plus decline since the 1950s, big declines since the 1970s.
	On climate timescales, Tornadoes are not increasing.
	So the entire premise of Biden's comments go out the window.
	You want to know how bad it is, Sebastian?
	The United Nations IPCC climate panel doesn't even agree with Joe Biden.
	They're actually on record in their last report saying trends in tornadoes are not detected.
	Attribution of extreme weather and tornadoes is beyond current modeling and theoretical capabilities.
	So even the UN threw the towel in on this, but Joe Biden believes he can make this comment and start turning human tragedy into legislative lobbying for Build Back Better.
	Yeah, it's sickening.
	Let's play them at their own game, Mark.
	If the climate is getting hotter, really, if it is, and tornadoes are getting more infrequent, then we should welcome global warming, should we not?
	We've got to save lives, Mark!
	Let's get bigger engines in our cars!
	Let's ban Teslas!
	It's true.
	If you look at all the extreme weather, the more CO2, there's no, again, correlation is not causation, but let's play their game.
	Hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, wildfires, droughts are either no trend or declining trend on climate timescales, 30, 50, 80, 100 years.
	So by that logic, the more CO2 we add, the better weather we're getting.
	In fact, if you go back, the low CO2 hurricanes, when it was lower in the atmosphere, were much worse.
	The low CO2 tornadoes were much worse.
	Here's the kicker.
	In the 1970s, and I include this in my headline report at Climate Depot today, they blamed tornadoes and bad weather on man-made global cooling.
	And I have the actual articles.
	You can read their own words where no one's going to go back and delete it and alter it.
	They didn't have the fact checkers back then, but we still have the documents.
	So they blamed it on global cooling at the time.
	Now it serves a new political purpose.
	So they're blaming it on global warming.
	It's sickening, it's truly sickening.
	Let's go back to basics.
	You educated, even before we met, I learned so much from you, from your politically incorrect guide to climate change.
	Now you've got your new book, Green Fraud and everything AOC's doing.
	We're going to discuss that.
	But can you just, for those who are sitting here listening, across the nation, millions of listeners, and they're being told that this is real, the world's going to end in 12 years.
	I think that was three years ago she said that.
	What is the truth about anthropogenic man-made climate change?
	What can you say without a shadow of a doubt about man's impact on the climate and how does it relate to, oh I don't know, the influence of a big yellow thing in the sky called the sun?
	Yes.
	I mean, first of all, climate is hundreds of factors, the sun being one of the most dominant factors of the climate.
	In fact, many of the old storms in the 30s and 40s were blamed on sunspots.
	Scientists were, you know, they were intellectually curious, they were looking at it.
	And we've now had many studies linking a lot of climate to the sun.
	But there's many other factors, ocean cycles, tilt of the Earth's axis, water vapor, volcano, the clouds.
	I mean, the climate Did they try to simplify as it's co2 driving it is not the story that scientists accept in The University of Pennsylvania, we have a geologist who actually details it, and another one from Princeton.
	We are in historically low CO2 levels in the geologic history of the Earth.
	90% of Earth's temperatures have been warmer than present, and 90% of Earth's CO2 levels have been much higher, so that we are in a historic low for CO2.
	Actually, one scientist had a CO2 famine, and you cannot distinguish a CO2 impact from natural variability.
	In other words, sea levels are not accelerating.
	They're not rising.
	Obama's own scientist, Steve Koonin, came out with a book explaining that.
	And all the other metrics I mentioned from polar bears on, even temperature, we are not in any unusual pattern.
	In fact, if you go back to the Roman warming period of 0 AD, we're about the same temperature or cool.
	There's peer-reviewed studies.
	Hang on, hang on, hang on.
	The Romans, hang on.
	How many internal combustion engines did the Roman Empire have?
	I'm just trying to scratch my memory.
	You bring up the most important point.
	Climate activist Michael Mann, he's a University of Pennsylvania I'm sorry, he's a Penn State professor.
	He was one of the lead United Nations scientists, part of the Climategate scandal, where we found out that the top UN scientists wanted to suppress other scientists, silence them.
	He came out today on Andrea Mitchell, MSNBC News, and he said, in order to prevent more deadly tornadoes, quote, we need to pass Build Back Better to address this problem at its core, preventing the climate from getting worse.
	This is what they believe.
	So you have scientists, Affiliated with the United Nations, affiliated with academia, saying that we need Joe Biden's pork barrel spending in order to prevent future tornadoes.
	That's how bonkers the climate movement is today.
	And they have the, I guess you could call it, the patina of Chuck Schumer said the same thing.
	from academia that this is professors at Penn State saying this.
	They're saying it openly.
	We need to pass Build Back Better to prevent tornadoes.
	Chuck Schumer said the same thing.
	He said on the Senate floor a few years ago, everyone knows if we had done more on climate, these hurricanes wouldn't be as bad.
	They literally believe like medieval witchcraft that we can have trials, sentence witches to death, and the weather will improve and In this case, they believe we can pass pork barrel spending and ban automobiles, and somehow the weather will improve.
	We literally have not- You know, I think that's a fabulous way to look at it.
	I think it's cultic.
	It is a belief in witchcraft.
	I remember when, what did Obama say?
	This is when we begin to halt the rise of the oceans.
	He should ask King Canute about that.
	Look it up, guys.

	Owning a car is outdated 20th century thinking, and we must move to shared mobility due to climate change.
	This is the transportation minister.
	There's a whole war on private car ownership.
	And I have a whole litany of details on that, which is, which is just like where they're coming and they're doing it without votes of legislators.
	This is all happening through the unelected bureaucracy.
	They put COVID model and they're running with it.
	They don't need votes.
	They don't want hearings.
	They don't want public forums.
	They want to do all of this in the bureaucracy.
	Have you seen Michael Moore's, I think he produced it, but he doesn't star in it, the documentary Planet of the Humans.
	Did you see this?
	Yes, I did.
	I wrote about that in Green Thought.
	He was ejected from Planet of the Progressives for doing that.
	He got banned on YouTube.
	His former friends turned against him.
	But Michael Moore gets it.
	He gets the folly of soloism.
	Well, I mean, you know, the end of it is kind of wackadoodle, but the first 40 minutes, I mean, because I switched it on.
	I was in a hotel and I thought, OK, let's see what the crazies are saying.
	And I watched the first 40 minutes and it blew me away how the whole green industry It's just a fraud!
	I mean, from how much it takes, how much aluminum, how much carbon-based energy it takes to build one windmill, you know, energy that you will never recoup in the lifetime of that windmill, to the, what is it, the biodiversity fuel.
	Yeah, that encourages farmers to use even more chemicals and even more fossil fuels to get the credits to sell their... The whole thing is just a massive shell game, Mark.
	Yes, he showed the hypocrisy of the solar shows they would have... Oh, and that thing in California?
	That Schwarzenegger unveiled, that solar farm that was going to save the future, and then they go back and the whole thing is busted up and broken.
	I have to say, they really did a job on the climate cultists.
	They did.
	And my favorite line from that was Richard Branson, who says on camera, he said, is Al Gore a prophet?
	You know, because Oprah Winfrey thought he was a prophet.
	And he goes, it depends on how you spell prophet.
	And then he giggles.
	Then he laughs about it.

	Andrew Yang, who ran for mayor of New York, wanted to propose eliminating private car ownership and suggested instead a roving fleet of rental electric cars that people could own.
	A UK funded report, 2019, stop flying no new roads and stop eating beef.
	And regulate CO2 similar to asbestos.
	And a Canadian magazine just came out and said, it's time to ban the sale of pickup trucks.
	And they recommend rental trucks.
	If you need a truck, go to Lowe's or Home Depot.
	You can rent one for a few hours.
	In an era of climate emergency, we can't be allowed to own a vehicle unless of course it's a government approved electric car, which makes us beholden more to China.
	Isn't there something just psychotically narcissistic When you say, if you eat less beef burgers, we will change the weather.
	I mean, aren't they making themselves into Zeus or Poseidon, Mark?
	That's what it is.
	I mean, if you go back, the actual, the judges that condemned witches during the Salem witch trials were all, the majority of them, and this is in my book, were all educated at Harvard University.
	This was the best and brightest of our society.
	In today's world, they would be the experts.
	They'd be the Anthony Fauci's.
	They would be the ones that the fact checks protect.
	They condemned women for causing crop failure and changing the weather.
	And somehow they think we're different today.
	They're condemning private car ownership as having caused tornadoes, floods, hurricanes.
	And they're going to go through it.
	They don't want to vote.
	No, no, this is this is all regulatory.
	This has nothing to do with law.
	The latest book is Green Fraud, his politically incorrect guide to climate change.
	Everybody has to own this because it is the book you need to fight back on the cultists.

	You got to address this issue for me because, you know, influential people who aren't scientists like Joe Rogan even buy into this.
	Well, it's Scientific consensus!
	All scientists agree.
	Mark, do all scientists really agree?
	Not at all.
	They come up with a 97%.
	Al Gore bumped it to 99%.
	It was based on a survey of 10,000 scientists that they whittled down to 77 anonymous scientists with no names, no affiliation.
	We don't know who they are.
	They asked two questions that most skeptical scientists would agree with.
	75 out of 77, and voila, you have your 97%.
	Even a UN author who looked at this, a UN scientist, said that 97% was pulled from thin air.
	And what we're finding is in the case of COVID, remember the Barrington Declaration against the COVID lockdown?
	Yes.
	Those scientists were uninvited from scientific conferences, de-platformed, lost their jobs, silenced.
	Guess what?
	In a year from now, they're gonna say, hey, there's no COVID, there's no scientists or epidemiologists who oppose lockdowns.
	They're all in agreement.
	Why?

	Why would you wish to have your two-year-old, your three-year-old, you know, they've got to be under five because that's not permitted at the moment.
	They're not approved for vaccination under five.
	Why would you wish a toddler to be vaccinated if they're healthy?
	These are experimental vaccines.

	And secondly, What is the danger of COVID to children?
	Yes, 800 children have died of COVID in America in the last few years.

	None of them, none of them can be demonstrated to be healthy.
	To date, all the records we have are of young children who had other pre-existing comorbidities.

	What we do know is the actual mortality rate.
	How many children have died from COVID?

	Let me say that again so you can quote it to family members who are doing stupid, fear-based things based, as Biden would put it, on inaccurate information.
	The mortality rate for children from COVID in America is 0.05%.

	What world are you living in that you are so afraid that you want your toddlers under the age of five to be vaccinated with an experimental vaccine that they don't need as healthy children?

	If you want to get vaccinated as an adult, especially if you're over the age of 70 or you're diabetic, good, fine, do it.
	But do the research and talk to your doctor.
	But if you've got friends or family members, especially people who are Want to do it for their children?
	Talk some sense into them.
	Don't get irate.

	But make them check for themselves.
	Ask them, have you done the due diligence?

	I have one moral issue with the shot, and that is the use of fetal stem cell research in the beginning.

	He's one of the head pharmacists at a major hospital system that everybody in this country knows in this area.
	And we talked about it.
	And he said, it's not like they grind it up and it's in the needle and that, you know, that's it.
	He said, but those genetic lines are used over and over and reproduced in, you know, in the lab.

	Right, right, right.
	So from a moral standpoint, How can I take that shot knowing where those stem lines originated?
	Well, you shouldn't.
	If that is your reason, you shouldn't.

	It's not true for all three vaccines.
	Two of the vaccines use aborted fetal tissue stem cells in the development of the original vaccine, so I think one of them doesn't, but... And which one is that?

	And just the way this statement is treated, or rather not treated.

	I want to read what Mark Gellman wrote in that cover story for The Atlantic.
	Some might say this is hyperbolic, but John Hauman, I'm curious if you think it is.
	The headline is, Trump's next coup has already begun.
	Trump and his party have convinced a dauntingly large number of Americans that the essential workings of democracy are corrupt, that made-up claims of fraud are true, that only cheating can thwart the victory at their polls, that tyranny has usurped their government, and that violence is a legitimate response.
	Hyperbolic or fact?
	Fact.
	I think.
	And I think the thing about the strength of this Gell-Mann piece is it lays out, first of all, the extraordinary reality that there's this research that shows that something like at least 8% and maybe as many as 12% of the American people now say that Joe Biden was illegitimate and that violence is an appropriate tool to removing him and restoring Donald Trump.
	That's somewhere between 20 and 30 million people.
	That's a mass movement in America in favor of political violence, which is a new thing.
	We've had political violence in America before.
	Lynching many things over the course of time that African Americans suffered from, but this is 30 million people right now who are ready to take up arms.
	You put that together with what the president, the former president, I should say, and his allies are doing in the political realm, state houses, state legislatures, and the party apparatus to be able to engineer a situation where they are in a stronger position to pull off a coup in 2024 than they were in 2020.
	That's not hyperbolic at all.
	Those are all facts.
	They're all facts, John, so if there ever was an instance of crying fire in a theatre, we have somebody after two years of BLM and Antifa riots, we have somebody say that tens of millions of Americans on the right are prepared to legitimize violence for the next coup by Trump supporters.
	As somebody who was dogged in your reporting on the Russia hoax, I'm left speechless by comments like that on a cable news show.
	Yeah, listen, these talking heads that journalists have become, instead of focusing on facts, instead of focusing on data, instead of focusing on the issues that are in front of us.
	Think about when this interview occurred, right after a mass tornado in Kentucky.
	Right after all of the crises we had in the last week, economic crises, they still want to talk about Donald Trump.
	And I think the Democrats and the mainstream media might learn a lesson.
	I once interviewed George H.W.
	Bush before he died, and he said something very profound to me.
	People who spend all day looking in the rearview mirror almost certainly crash their car into the car in front of them.
	The Democrats and the mainstream media can't let go of Trump.
	They have illusions.
	They have predictions.
	They have all these silly things, and they're not covering the news of the day, probably because the news of the day is very negative to the elitist class, to the mainstream media and the Joe Biden regime that came in together and combined for the 2020 election win.
	These statements are devoid of reality.
	There was more violence in the summer of 2020 across American cities, more damage, more injury than there ever was at the United States Capitol.
	What happened at the Capitol was reprehensible, but in terms of sheer damage and lives and businesses ruined, the Antifa BLM riots of the summer of 2020 Far more dangerous to Americans, far more damaged than anything else, and they don't even want to talk about it.
	They call those peaceful protests.
	That's why the media doesn't pay attention to reporters like John Heilemann or Chuck Todd as much anymore.
	Talk to us about how we may have extremists like Hylem and Chunk Todd, but you're telling me in the break that there might be some cracks developing in the Democrat monolith on Capitol Hill, especially with regards to the shocking record-breaking inflation.
	So tell us about what you're hearing, John.
	You know, Joe Manchin has been, for most of the time, a one-person siren.
	But I think after last week's inflation report, I'm beginning to hear from some House Democrats who voted, that are in swing districts, that they kind of have buyer's remorse on their vote, that Nancy Pelosi twisted their arm.
	But they feel like they could be held responsible for next year's economy if it turns out to be bad.
	And then there is maybe five to six Democrats in the Senate that are much more concerned about Build Back Better, even at $1.7 trillion, down from $3.2 trillion, because that inflation report clearly shows it isn't not only not transitory, it is now a long-term potential threat to the American economy.
	And here's the problem the U.S.
	government has.
	To fight inflation, you've got to raise interest rates.
	When you raise interest rates, you increase the cost of government because we have $28.9 trillion of debt, and interest rates are going to go up on all that debt.
	There's a lot of Democrats that are now beginning to talk about tapping their foot on the brake and not giving in on this bill.
	We'll have to see if they can reach a deal.
	Only 11 months in, but already the House of Cards is crumbling.

	I love Drew, but he brought up this issue.
	I hear all the time that, oh, you can't vote for Donald Trump because tweets or something.
	And this is my response.

	Interview you for a second because we've had this discussion for hours now over cigars.
	What's the issue, Drew?
	Is it because you think, is your issue, because I know you're not one of these shrinking violet NRO types who think, oh my gosh, he's not one of us and he doesn't have a bow tie.
	Is your issue because you think he can't win?
	That's, yes, that's my fear is that he can't win.
	And, you know, my fear is that he can't win and that he cannot wrangle Congress to pass actual laws.
	And to me, I still believe in the system enough.
	Listen, I voted for Trump twice.
	I supported him most of his presidency.

	As a result, we need somebody who's not a politician.

	He saw the mama bears at the school board meetings and he said, oh, that's interesting.

	He won because of what Andrew Breitbart has been telling us, you know, since he wrote his book Righteous Indignation.
	So that that is the truth.
	This is a culture war to save America.

	Americans did something they had never, ever done before in the history of the republic.

	They were either retired generals, congressmen, senators, or governors.

	In 2016, Americans chose a person who'd never even run for county dog catcher before, and it was the first time he ran and he won.

	He has to be surrounded by people who have his interests at heart and to the point of ego.

	But I tell you this right now, hand on heart, hand on heart.
	I swear to you, I saw this when I was alone with him in the Oval, just the two of us, which doesn't happen a lot.
	The only reason this man ran Think about everything he's gone through.
	His wife, his children, his family.
	The only reason he ran is because he loves America.
	There's nothing false about his love for America.
	And he wanted every American to prosper and to be safe.
	Shockingly, and this is what the left will never understand, Drew, whether or not you voted for him.
	If you voted for Hillary, or if you wanted Bernie to win, doesn't matter.
	You're an American.
	He wants you to be safe.
	That is why he can win again.
	Had to be said.

	There is nobody out there who could come in with a flamethrower and finish the job he did.

	Because this is the most important thing.

	So I've got something that, at least for today's show, completely off topic, and that is To your point earlier, you said that who you were talking to, that they needed to understand that they were not alone.
	And what we've got going on is like the news feeds, they shut down the comments section so that people that are like-minded don't know that they've got millions of other people that think they do.
	But my point with this is I think that we're missing the boat.
	We're missing an opportunity where we can go after big tech and censorship by suing the U.S.
	government.
	And the way that we do that is in 1948, 1962, and 1963, the Supreme Court ruled that prayer in public schools was unconstitutional because U.S.
	tax dollars flowed to those schools.
	And those decisions have held for 60 and 70 years.
	So fast forward to the Internet.
	The Internet was conceived of, invented, constructed and made operational as the ARPANET by the Advanced Research Projects Agency.
	Right, so hang on, we're running out of time.
	So you're saying because the Defense Department helped create the Internet that that makes Internet providers liable?
	Absolutely.
	Tax dollars paid for the invention of it.
	But that's not what the Supreme Court said in the prior ruling.
	You're mixing two different points of law.
	If you say you're being funded by government, then you have a responsibility.
	But Facebook or Twitter Aren't being funded in the same way as those schools are today.
	So, you know, just because it's like saying somebody who sells Teflon pans because Teflon came out of the space program.
	If you hit somebody over the head with a Teflon pan, you can sue the Teflon pan manufacturer.
	It's a very, very thin legal argument.
	I like it.
	I'll give you 11 out of 10 for creativity.
	But at the end of the day, there are much more easier ways.
	They're common carriers, and they have immunity.
	They should be treated as common carriers and stripped of their immunity.

	But today, I decided to use it to open our special one-on-one discussion with a good friend of this radio show because, well, it's going to be my first question to her.
	Spokesperson for Donald J. Trump, welcome back to one-on-one, Liz Harrington.
	Hey Sebastian, thanks for having me.
	So we always play that audio on Friday to give people something to pack away with them for the weekend to feel good about.
	Despite last November, the direction we're heading on, we're going to be returning to that agenda very, very soon.
	Let's start with that.
	You are in the prime position to answer this question.
	What is the state of play when it comes to America First and MAGA forces?
	Almost one year into this disastrous new administration.
	Well, first and foremost, I think it has been really such a vindication of President Trump and America First policies.
	We see exactly what happens when you abandon them and the country's in a really sad state.
	And I'm glad you played that audio because Really, that is our mindset going forward.
	And it has to be because this country's too precious to let it just be taken over by a bunch of commies.
	I mean, we can't let this happen.
	And that's why we continue to fight.
	That's why we continue to expose what happened in the last election and make sure it doesn't happen again.
	So I think our movement is growing.
	I mean, I don't know if you saw the latest poll, but Boston Herald wrote it up 22% Want Joe Biden to run for reelection certainly sounds like 81 million votes to me.
	I mean, it's such a joke.
	You don't go from 81 million votes most in history to 22% want you to run again.
	And I think that really exposes the illegitimacy of Biden and Harris and the consequences of that illegitimacy is really moving even more people over to our movement They want common sense back.
	They want lower gas prices.
	They want a workable, enforceable border.
	They want a strong military.
	They don't want to see what happened in Afghanistan.
	They don't want to see China taking over everything and everything else.
	So our movement is very strong going into next year, but we have to make sure that the country survives the next year before we get Republicans back in.
	I need your input on two big questions.
	First is, have you seen requisite action taken to secure the next election?
	Has the GOP stood up?
	Have the state legislators taken requisite action?
	But before we get to that question, talk to us about the significance of Glenn Youngkin's victory in Virginia.
	I've got my take as a resident of the Commonwealth, kind of milk toasty guy, unoffensive, inoffensive, who wasn't going to win until he embraced the culture war, embraced the mama bears, pivoted and then won thanks to those mama bears.
	So talk to us first about how you place the Virginia gubernatorial victory into the midterms in 2024.
	Well, it really shows, like I was saying, that that MAGA movement is growing.
	The MAGA base turned out for Junkin.
	Really, the targeted voters at the end, all of those that turned out were all Trump supporters that really put him over the finish line.
	I'm glad you brought up the issues, too, because You know, critical race theory is an issue that was exposed by President Trump.
	It's a social issue.
	It's a culture issue.
	It's against, you know, political correctness, like so many other things that President Trump has exposed.
	And this, having Youngkin kind of go out on the forefront of that, that's really a Trumpian move as well.
	And I think you saw a revolt.
	These ideas are so unpopular.
	People do not want them in their schools.
	And of course you had that huge scandal in Loudoun County with the transgender bathroom issue and the rape and the cover-ups and just the complete and total scandal there.
	But you also just have on display as well the terrible consequences of what McAuliffe was pushing, which is a total national race where we have Democrat far left policies.
	Well, we see what happens when you put those in place.
	It's a disaster.
	And people in Virginia, like anywhere else, don't want those policies.
	And it's also interesting because Terry McAuliffe made the entire campaign about Donald J. Trump.
	And when you make a campaign about Donald J. Trump, people say, huh, yeah, I'd rather have gas back down to $1.87.
	I'd rather have Millions of people not flooding into our border.
	I'd rather still have 13 American soldiers that are still here today and not dead in Afghanistan and many wounded others.
	They want common sense and they hate what is happening to our country.
	And I think Junkin embracing getting the Trump endorsement, getting out those votes at the end with President Trump doing the teller rally, it really helped him and it shows our movement is growing.
	Now, is that the model for the future, especially in divided states like Virginia?
	Because it was a very delicate dance that Glenn Youngkin did, and the president's interaction was also clearly very, very strategic.
	There was no big Trump rally in Richmond.
	There was that teleconference kind of endorsement, and then, you know, he came on our show, and He pirouetted around the issue of MAGA.
	So, you know, I couldn't get Youngkin to say MAGA on my radio show.
	He said, let's make Virginia great again.
	So is that model, is that one of the likely options for how you're going to endorse other candidates in the future?
	Well, every state is different, right?
	And every candidate is different and they have different strengths and Weaknesses.
	I mean, I certainly think he could have embraced President Trump more.
	However, you know, we're talking about parts of Northern Virginia, which, you know, they put Kathy Tran in by 19 points.
	She's the one who put the, you know, abortion after birth bill, but then at the same time was sponsoring bills to protect caterpillars.
	I mean, these are radical far left People who are in Northern Virginia now it's become an extension of the Beltway So it's a very different state than say, you know, you know, Ohio or Florida all these other different states So the approach is always going to be different but the issues are what matters and again President Trump our movement is issues based I always like to say, you know When the media makes it all about personality, the personality is a bonus.
	It's really the issues, it's common sense, it's fundamentals, it's make America great again.
	It's what our country stands for.
	It's keeping it America, not transforming it into Some awful dystopian Marxist future that what the Democrats want.
	So if you embrace those issues, you're going to win.
	Everyone has a different style.
	Everyone has a different tactic.
	But if you embrace the America First agenda and Donald J. Trump's movement, you can't go wrong.
	How is the president's mood?
	You're in touch with him every day.
	Give us a little bit of a sense of how he's doing.
	Last time I saw him in New York he was in fine form, still very angry about November.
	How's he doing now, Liz?
	He's good.
	He's really good.
	You know, he's obviously very concerned about the country and can't even believe some of the things that are happening right now, but he's really a forever optimist.
	I think he's always, you know, gets up every day and thinks, you know, what can we do?
	Where can we go?
	Uh, how can we push different issues forward?
	And so he's just got so much energy.
	So his spirits are good.
	Uh, going into the holidays, I think, It's a time of reflecting, you know, where we were a year ago and then now a year later.
	So there's a lot of that going on, but I think next year is going to be very exciting and I think he's ready for it and he's always ready to fight for the country.

	Liz, I've got to ask you the big question I ask all of my MAGA patriots when they come on this show.
	What is the balance of power between the good guys like yourself and the President, the America First movement, the MAGA movement, and the Old Guard, the Rhino Republican establishment?
	We saw this shocking news, what was it, eight days ago?
	That we had 80, 8-0 members of the GOP vote to support a bill that would create a federal vaccine database of Americans.
	So not a good sign.
	How is the balance of power right now, Liz?
	Well, it's an interesting question because, you know, the real power, they don't have much, right?
	I mean, the elites in Washington, the Uniparty, whatever you want to call it, the real power is with the people and it's with President Trump.
	It's with real patriots.
	And we do have a handful of them that fight very hard.
	In Washington, it's pretty tough thing to do sometimes, but we did have at least the House on the one hand recently all stand together and not go along with Mitch McConnell's total sellout of our party in the negotiations with the debt ceiling extension.
	So we did have everybody stick together in the House.
	You can't say the same in the Senate, but So there's always going to be that struggle and that's why President Trump continues to call them out because they're doing really disastrous things for our country.
	They're helping Democrats transform our country into something that it was never intended to be.
	And so we have to continue to put the pressure on them and President Trump is going to continue To call out Mitch McConnell and the need to get new leadership.
	And I think we'll see who holds the real power next year.
	And we'll see who remains in leadership, where the direction of the party goes.
	For now, they're clinging to it.
	They're working in lockstep with a lot of these Democrats.
	They're cutting side deals.
	And they're doing nothing to stop You know, some of these radical judges that are in appointments that are going through.
	But I think the real power will be shown next November.
	Do you agree with Newt Gingrich's analysis that the rampant radicalism, the indisputable extremism of today's DNC is a function of the fact that they know that we will destroy them in the midterm elections?
	Do you buy that scenario?
	Well, there's only so much they can pretend, right?
	I mean, they can pretend, they put out that chart recently that, look, gas prices are down two cents.
	Two cents, two cents, right.
	And, you know, so a part of me is kind of worried because they're so shameless that they cannot, I mean, there's only so much you can sell.
	I mean, you can't sell 81 million votes for Joe Biden, but they're, it's true anyway.
	The same thing for the midterms.
	And your question that we were gonna get to earlier about election integrity, that's what my biggest concern is.
	Like, yes, I do think Republicans will take back the House and we'll have a huge showing in 2022.
	But what type of Republicans, right?
	Or what races will they allow people, real America first MAGA patriots to win?
	I mean, they cheated so much last time.
	It's gotta be a huge concern.
	And that's why President Trump is also getting so involved with endorsing candidates.
	Because we need to get real fighters in there who aren't just going to go along with the same old, same old where they get up there and they do a really big speech, good speech against Obamacare, and then they get to the time to vote for it and they say thumbs down.
	I mean, this is...
	This is the problem with Washington.
	They're all talk, it's all theater, and then nothing ever actually changes or nothing ever actually gets followed through with in the policies that we need for our country.
	That changed with Donald J. Trump and candidates like him that are in the House and Some in the Senate.
	We need more of them and I think that should be the biggest concern.
	Getting those real good America First candidates, getting election integrity and making sure that once we get in there, it's not just business as usual.
	She's not just an extraordinary truth teller.
	She's such a good interview subject.
	She reminds the host of the question he asked that he didn't allow her to answer, which is perhaps the most important question of all, and we will make time for it with regards to who's responsible for election integrity.
	Has enough been done in the last 11 months?
	That's why she is Liz Harrington, and that's why she represents President Trump.
	Let me just get this quick question before we get to that big one.
	Nancy Pelosi.
	is not confirming that she's going to run again and has just bought a $24, $25 million house in Ron DeSantis' Florida.
	Can you read the tea leaves?
	Does that mean that Nancy is leaving?
	And if she is leaving, is she going to be replaced by somebody even more radical, Liz?
	Yeah, that's always the real fear, right?
	The devil you know versus, I mean, look at New York, right?
	Look at Cuomo, and now you've got this awful Hochul, who might be arguably way worse.
	That's a big question.
	Look, I mean, what's the average age here for the Democrat leadership?
	I mean, all of them.
	Who's next in command?
	They're all pushing 80 or not 80 already.
	So I think it's only a matter of time, right?
	They can't be there forever.
	So it'll be interesting to see.
	Will she, you know, try to just completely wreck the country before she leaves?
	I mean, that's what she's trying to do.
	And unfortunately, she's getting a lot of help from Mitch McConnell.
	With that totally non-infrastructure bill that was a joke and a travesty.
	The COVID, so-called COVID relief, it was just a giveaway to these Democrat states.
	And now they're trying to get the Build Back Better bill, which President Trump correctly calls the Build Back Worse bill.
	And this will destroy our country.
	And we cannot allow this to pass.
	And, you know, if she is able to, because she now has more leverage because Mitch McConnell is such a terrible negotiator.
	If they're able to get this, I don't see why she wouldn't leave after completely transforming the country.
	So it's a real big concern, but who knows where she'll end up.
	But, you know, that's the Democrats' concern.
	And I am worried that who knows, it could be way worse, whoever else gets in there.

	Here's the really big question, Liz.
	Let's talk about last November.
	He warned us!
	My old boss, President Trump, said 80 million ballots.
	Are you crazy?
	That's how you steal an election.
	And he was clearly proven right.
	So what's happened in the last 11 months?
	We have regular guests on this show who have been fighting hard like you have.
	So whether it's Rudy Giuliani, Bernie Kerrick, Whether it's Jenna Ellis or my buddy Bruce Epstein.
	But really, look, and I'm not a lawyer.
	I'm not a political professional like you.
	But my understanding, it's the states.
	It's the four battleground states where they stopped the vote count.
	Where the president's lead was magically reversed when they started the vote count again.
	All states that had a GOP legislature is the fix.
	In a good sense.
	Is it being fixed?
	What else is left to do?
	And is the GOP up to the job, Liz, of stopping the Democrats next time?
	That's the big question.
	And I think some good things have happened, but not enough.
	It's really kind of two-part, right?
	And this is kind of why it's ridiculous to say, oh, just look to the future.
	You can't just look to the future if you don't fix what happened in 2020, because it'll happen again.
	It'll happen on a more massive scale if there's no accountability.
	One thing I really want to see, and there have been a couple, Texas passed a bill, it's usually a good sign if Democrats flee your state to try to avoid it.
	If they run away and hide, if they run away and hide before a vote, it means you're probably doing the right thing, that's a very good metric, Liz.
	Right, so I'm happy about what Texas did, they really should have had an audit though, Because I mean, let's not kid ourselves.
	I mean, President Trump won that state by a huge amount, but there's cheating there too.
	And the real problem is, you know, they keep, they move the, the goalposts to make it like kind of acceptable because they're planning ahead of how they're going to cheat.
	So they did it in Georgia and say, Oh, this could be a toss up, you know, Democrats might have, Oh, this could be trending purple.
	That's a very long view plan of what they're doing.
	In getting these corrupt consent agreements, in changing the rules, in manipulating the voting process.
	That game plan is also afoot in Texas.
	Texas is not trending blue.
	It is redder than ever.
	But they need to make sure that the cheating, which I believe a lot of it has to do with the voter registration rolls.
	There was this incredible hearing in Wisconsin that exposed How inflated the voter registration rolls are.
	119,000 active voters have been registered for over 100 years.
	And the amazing thing is all these cities, all the counties in Wisconsin, their voter registration rolls are totally inflated right before the election.
	And then after the election, all these voters suddenly get switched to inactive.
	And then they get turned back on before the next election.
	So there's a lot of manipulation going on.
	So number one thing is keep exposing 2020 and make prosecutions.
	In Arizona, there was an incredible audit that showed tens of thousands of potentially fraudulent ballots.
	I mean, just open and shut, really.
	Evidence also of them destroying election records, which is a felony.
	Breaks the state law as well.
	We need prosecutions.
	We need the Attorney General, the district attorneys to bring these charges like we did see in Wisconsin with the local sheriff doing that investigation of the ballot harvesting in nursing homes.
	If there's no accountability, people are just going to do it again because they can with impunity.
	Weakness is provocative, right?
	And so if you don't punish people for clearly violating the law, they're just going to get more emboldened.
	and do it worse next time.
	Yes.
	So we need to pass reforms in the state legislatures.
	We need to do more.
	Georgia's bill was OK, but they really didn't shore up the mail-in voting system.
	They basically moved the drop boxes from outside to inside.
	That's a joke.
	We need to get rid of mail-in voting like France did back in 1975.
	Yeah, absolutely.
	I have one request.
	Please forward it to the President.
	I'll tell him when I see him next as well.
	We are not the Red Party.
	The only party that's red are the Communists.

	So let me share with you what I said to President Trump on the topic of election integrity, Liz, and get your take on it.
	So last time I saw him was in Trump Tower.
	There was just a small meeting of us on election integrity.
	And I was sitting in front of him.
	And one of these moments, Liz, you know when you realize I got nothing to lose.
	I've been a deputy assistant to the president, worked in the West Wing.
	I need to tell him what I think.
	And this is what I told him.
	When it comes to election fraud and election theft, The investigation should not be championed by the president.
	It should be done by the people who are committed to doing that, whether it's Rudy, whether it's local attorneys general, whatever.
	Let people in the various states uncover the evidence.
	Don't make it a pillar of your communication strategy right now.
	By the time we get to the election, we're not going to be talking about reinstatement scenarios like Eastman, who's a crank, but we're going to use all the evidence that will be incontrovertible from the CCTV footage of the ballots being pulled out from under the tables to, you know, the pristine ballots that were mailed in but were never folded.
	And use all of that incontrovertible evidence as part of your argument to the American people, look, this is what the Democrats do, they lie, steal and cheat.
	That's what I said to him, keep your distance, let the lawyers do what they do and then use the evidence.
	Can you tell him, can you tell us what you're telling him or just what you thought of my advice?
	Well, we really do think that this is the biggest issue, because if you don't have a fair election, you don't have anything.
	And that's really the problem.
	I mean, look at the justice system right now.
	I mean, look what they're doing, harassing President Trump, but also harassing, you know, President Trump's supporters.
	And, you know, your point is a fair one.
	However, you know, what lawyers?
	They're going after the lawyers, law license, who did actually fight like Rudy Giuliani.
	There's so much, they smear, they lie about you, they smear you, then they try to take your law license.
	I mean, it's really trying to discourage anyone from speaking out.
	And that's a real concern.
	And President Trump's just always going to speak out about what he cares about the most.
	And it is this country.
	And that's what he feels is the biggest issue.
	And that's what a lot of our supporters feel is the biggest issue is going to these rallies.
	It's the number one thing they really want to talk about.
	And it's so, so important.
	So we really, if we don't get it out, who will?
	And so that's the problem because There's been a total media blackout of, you know, the stuff I've mentioned.
	This is happening still on a weekly basis.
	New information is coming out about the last election.
	There's so much there, but the media is censoring it.
	They're lying about what happened.
	And you get deplatformed, you get shamed, all this other nonsense.
	And so But there's such an appetite for the information.
	So even still, by putting out a statement through Save America, it gets out there and the American people They see it.
	They know that something's not right here.
	You don't go from 81 million votes to 22% want you to run for re-election.
	It doesn't happen that way.
	It's such a joke.
	And so it's just important to keep talking about it because we have to make sure we fix it.
	And not just talk about it, but be engaged in all these different states and getting reforms.
	I mean, one encouraging sign that at least did show that some Republicans are taking this issue seriously in the actual organizational party, is that Virginia had a lot more poll watchers than they did in 2020.
	And that's exactly what we need to do.
	Yeah, we had an absolute explosion of volunteers and from communities that hadn't been that engaged in the past, the GOP, including the Asian community.
	So we need to keep those people engaged.
	We need to give them work to do.
	we need to tell them that everything is possible.
	Absolutely.
	A massive, massive groundswell of volunteers.
	It's really important.
	My wife is an election official.
	Guys, you can make a difference.
	We've got to make it as hard as possible for them to cheat.
	That is the bottom line.
	You mentioned the Commission.
	You mentioned the hounding of Conservatives, Liz.
	How dangerous is the January 6th Committee?
	On the flip side, how great it is that they've subpoenaed people like Meadows and Kash Patel, who are just going to flame Nancy and just really tell them just how corrupt they are.
	So give us your pros and cons.
	Right.
	It is very dangerous.
	I mean, this is next level.
	And, you know, with the impeachment hoaxes that we saw President Trump go through, a lot of this, a lot of the argument was, you know, if they can do this to the President of the United States, They can do it to you.
	And now we're seeing that that's exactly what they're doing with this commission.
	I mean, they are totally out of control.
	It is the absolute definition of a show trial.
	They are going after private communications that they have no power to.
	It's totally unconstitutional and lawless, and it's so dangerous.
	It's all promoting a bunch of lies.
	I mean, it's a complete alternate reality, just like they did with the Russia, Russia, Russia.
	Oh, it was actually, you know, Biden taking money from Moscow through the mayor's wife.
	It was actually, you know, Hunter with the salacious videotapes.
	It was actually Hillary Clinton hiring a bunch of Russians to make up lies about Donald J. Trump.
	It's always what they accuse you of.
	They're the ones that are totally abusing power, and they're the ones that had the insurrection.
	As President Trump says, the real insurrection was on November 3rd and the days that followed.
	It was taking away our votes.
	It was taking away consent of the governed.
	And they're lying about what happened.
	President Trump was the one who wanted 10,000 National Guard and got turned down by Pelosi and others.
	He was the one that said march peaceably to the Capitol.
	The people that were there were there because of the stolen election.
	That's why they were there.
	And I'm sorry, just President Trump talking about it can't get a million people into the national mob.
	These people saw it with their own eyes.
	They know exactly what happened in November.
	That's why they were there.
	And, you know, this is no secure building in the country, which, by the way, was closed for almost a year because of COVID.
	And yet there's videotape of Capitol Hill police just letting people walk in with no security.
	That's never happened before.
	I've been to the Capitol many times.
	You don't just walk in.

	Let me share a little story with all of our millions of listeners and viewers.
	So this was I don't know, the third, second, third Christmas party in the Trump administration.
	And my wife was invited as well, of course.
	She was a political appointee at the Department of Homeland Security.
	She was the press spokesman for the Commissioner of Customs and Border Patrol.
	And you know how it works.
	The Christmas parties are insane.
	I mean, it is just a machine.
	Hundreds of guests from across the country.
	Then some of you get the special coloured invitation that means you get whisked away by a military assistant halfway through the party.
	You go downstairs and you get to take a photograph with the First Lady, with the President, which is lovely.
	I mean, lovely.
	But still, I mean, it's like a hundred of you waiting in line to get a photograph.
	And I work for the guy, right?
	But there's still hundreds of people.
	And we're at the front of the line.
	The military aide walks us up to the first lady and the president.
	And I watch him, and he suddenly signals to a staff member, give me the envelope.
	It's like, what's going on here?
	And we take the photograph, and somebody's handed him a big manila envelope that he's holding behind his back.
	And once we've smiled for the cameras, he takes this out, and he gives this envelope to me, and he says, that's for you.
	OK, thank you, sir.
	And then we walked off.
	And I opened it, and this is after I'd left the administration, and it's a printout of the last article I wrote about the president's foreign policy with a big, you know, the way he uses the sharpie.
	Nice job, Seb, written on it.
	And afterwards I'm thinking, How many people?
	I mean, did he check the hundreds of names on the list?
	Did he say, you know, hours ago, while he's negotiating with Lil' Kim in North Korea, did he say, oh, I've got to say thank you to Seb for that article?
	I mean, this stuff, it's hard to believe, Liz.
	It's incredible.
	And I think he's done that all his life, really.
	He goes out of his way to thank people and send them a nice note if he likes an article or What have you it's incredible and this is why you know, he's he's so well loved though I mean it really is such a disconnect of the way the media treats him and pretends He's so unpopular and all this nonsense.
	It's just couldn't be further for the truth.
	He's such a likable guy and he's Great to be around.
	He's so funny and And, you know, he does these gestures that just really make you feel like you're the only person in the room.
