Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Julian Assange will be cleared for extradition to the United States
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Juicy Spoolyay is an actor from France.
Apparently, when he was walking down the street late at night, two white men came out of the shadows with MAGA hats on and beat him up.
Tied a rope around his neck, called him all kinds of **** and put some bleach on him and ran off into the night.
And everybody was furious, especially in Hollywood.
It's all over everybody's Twitter feed and Instagram page.
Justice for Juicy and all this s***.
The whole country was up in arms.
He was talking about it all the time on the news.
And for some reason, African Americans, we were like, oddly quiet.
We were so quiet about this s***.
That the gay community started accusing the African American community of being homophobic for not supporting him.
What they didn't understand is that we were supporting him with our silence.
Because we understood that this b**** was clearly lying.
None of these details added up at all!
We don't need a court system.
We just need Dave Chappelle.
Wow.
I think we should open every show, at least every Friday show, with a bit of humor, a bit of Chappelle, maybe.
God bless him.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
You are listening to the Salem Radio Network.
It's Friday, finally!
My gosh, that took long enough.
It is Ask Dr. G Anything Friday.
It's Celebrate the Second Amendment Friday.
We have some amazing guests for you.
But first, he's guilty.
He's guilty.
I think five counts out of six.
Lying to the authorities.
But Dave Chappelle and everybody else knew it because there's a fatal flaw in your story.
When you go out at 2 a.m.
for a sandwich in New York as an arctic blizzard is coming through and it's in the what?
Minus 20s.
And you're attacked by people who say, this is MAGA land.
Yeah, there's fantasy and then there's absolute garbage you just made up because you're a failing actor.
Of course he's going to appeal.
Good luck to you in the meantime.
Juicy Smollier, as Dave calls him, will be the butt of jokes forever.
But there is a serious side.
There is a serious side.
What's the serious side?
I hate the phrase hate crime, because either you committed a crime or you didn't.
There's no such thing as a love crime.
Either you killed, either you stole, either you embezzled.
Hate doesn't come into it.
Lynching somebody is murder.
Calling it a hate crime is just being stupid and tautologous.
But what Juicy Smollier said, and did, If you want to play their game, is a hate crime.
Because when he said two white men in MAGA hats saying this is MAGA country, assaulted him, pretended to lynch him, That was a hate crime against Trump voters, against white Americans, because it was all a lie.
There's nothing racial about MAGA.
Look at the fact that we had the highest proportion of Hispanics and blacks vote for President Trump last year than any Republican president since the 60s.
So don't give me that garbage.
That's about laughing America and wanting to protect it.
As it should be protected.
Which gives me a nice segue to the big topic of the day which is Julian Assange.
He has been cleared for extradition.
The Australian who has been hiding out in the Ecuadorian embassy and under UK custody has now been cleared for extradition to the United States.
For what?
Well, for his leaking publishing of classified secret information.
We actually have, I have the charge sheet right here in front of me and I want to get on the record with regards to this story.
Because it kind of divides the conservative movement and it's important to understand the severity of the Assange phenomenon.
Long time ago, I watched a documentary about this young man, who's a troubled individual.
He has psychological, probably psychiatric issues, mostly to do with narcissism.
He was an incredible hacker.
As a teenager, I think at the age of 13 or 14, he broke into the FBI's computer system.
A very smart, but also a very, very deranged individual.
He, with somebody who you may have heard of before, he published A treasure trove of information publicly on his WikiLeaks site.
Classified information that he had acquired from an army intelligent analyst who now goes by the name of Chelsea.
What was his real name?
What's Chelsea Manning's name?
We'll just call him Private Manning because I don't care how many steroids or how many estrogen pills you take, your chromosome count doesn't change.
And he acquired that classified information and then published it.
Classified cables from the State Department, classified DoD communications with rules of engagement, with the names of personnel and assets in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Now, don't misunderstand me.
If you've listened to this show for nigh on three years, you know Despite having a background in national security, working for the Defense Department myself for more than five years, working in the White House for President Trump, I know the Deep State is real.
And I have spoken out on the Deep State many, many times on the threat it poses to all of our freedoms.
But WikiLeaks was founded by Julian Assange on one principle and you need to understand this when somebody defends him to you WikiLeaks was based upon the principle that there should never be anything that is classified that there is no reason for classified secret information of course evidence of corruption of abuse
of persecution of your fellow American, like Mike Flynn, should be revealed.
And we have whistleblower statutes that allow you to do that, to protect you if you acquire classified information that points to corruption and malfeasance.
But that's not what WikiLeaks did.
It published everything it received.
As soon as it was verified, it went up on their webpage.
Now I want to illustrate one simple thing for you.
If this logic was sound, that there should be no secrets for the United States, does that apply to our nuclear launch codes?
Does it apply to the agents we have in place, spying on terrorist sponsors like Iran, inside organizations like Al-Qaeda?
Or getting us this secret information from inside Communist China's headquarters?
If there are no secrets, there is no safety.
And here's the final analogy.
If Julian Assange's logic, there should be no secrets, is justified, then why don't you publish the PIN number for your bank account?
And give away everything that you hold sacred, because there should be no secrets.
This man is a hero to many, but in fact, he's a traitor.
Julian Assange may say he uncovered corruption, but at the same time, he endangered the lives of those who protect you every single day.
There's a reason it's called National Security, because it's about protecting the citizens of the nation.
The Deep State may be real, but there's no excuse for endangering those who keep us safe.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Stay with us here on the Salem Radio Network.
- Let's do that.
Let's do, um... I'll shift locals to here.
Okay.
Already got some dissent going on in the chat.
Oh, I knew we would.
I knew we would.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
Oh, there it is.
Okay.
He looks MAGA if you just look at him, though.
He looks what?
MAGA.
Who?
Assange.
Oh, ugh.
He looks something.
He's a psycho.
He looks like a left-wing lunatic.
That's what I'm saying.
I do think it's interesting to note, as people pointed out, that the media loved Julian Assange, like back when he exposed Bush, and then as soon as he turned on Hillary, they all thought he was the worst thing ever.
Well, Glenn Beck said he should run for president.
Or no, that was Snowden.
That was Snowden.
You're joking.
Right after it came out, yes.
I believe it.
Snowden.
Yes.
And we're looking at a time for him.
Snowden is actually worse than Assange.
Ooh, now that's an interesting take.
Well, of course.
Because he's a US citizen, right?
Well, hang on, because not only is he a US citizen, but where did he go?
That's true.
He went to Russia.
China!
China!
Oh, that's right.
He went to China first.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Total scumbag.
My least favorite is the Bradley name.
If you're afraid of the whistleblower statutes, okay, maybe.
But you don't go to China, maybe you go to Switzerland.
We're not China, our biggest bloody enemy.
My least favorite is definitely Manning as a member of the military.
Bradley was his original name.
Bradley, there we go, Bradley.
Dialing up the Baron.
The Baron.
What's that?
Uh, play me cut seven.
Cut seven, right, uh, here.
It was said, I think it was a month ago, by leading White House officials, uh, one of them called inflation a high-class problem.
Uh, was that regretful being in hindsight here?
I'm not at all familiar, I'm not at all familiar with that reference.
It says busy on Boris' line, let me try again.
Boris is busy!
Try it again.
Boris is busy!
Oh, video's starting.
Boris, can you hear us?
Thank you!
Hey, uh, would you like to adjust your camera, Mike?
A little less headroom, please.
Yep, yep, yep, yep, hold on.
Mike's on a rumble, by the way.
Yep.
Perfect.
All right, so we're going to have a fun little cut from Bob Dole's funeral service.
Can we talk about Hillary or is there something you want to talk about?
Fuck yes!
Do it!
He's in the Shabbat mood.
Shabbos!
He's getting ready for a cigar.
Many cigars.
Alright, 45 seconds, coming in with that cut.
That's cut sex you want to come in with?
No, I'll tee it up.
I'm going to have about a million cigars.
30 seconds for us.
30 seconds, Boris.
Got it.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Prison Fellowship.

Happy Friday, Shabbat Shalom, Good Shabbos, all the best things.
is former strategic advisor to the Trump 2020 campaign, my colleague from the White House, Boris Epstein.
Happy Friday.
Happy Friday.
Shabbat Shalom.
Good Shabbos.
All the best things.
It's a great day.
He's in a great mood.
We're going to spoil it by talking about Hillary Clinton.
But first, let's have a little bit of fun first.
This is from the eulogizing for Senator Dole.
This is from his daughter.
He was a sneaky man.
He may be making cracking jokes from beyond the pale, but they're good ones.
This is Robin Dole at the Remembrance Service.
Cut six.
I also confess that I'm a bit curious to learn if I am correct in thinking that heaven will look a lot like Kansas.
And to see, like others who have gone before me, if I will still be able to vote in Chicago.
Did you expect Bob Dole from beyond the grave to make jokes about Democrats stealing elections in Chicago?
I have to say, I'm impressed, Boris.
Yes, because Bob Dole was an American hero.
First, I want to take a moment to remember Bob Dole, an American hero, A World War II veteran, a member of the greatest generation that my grandparents were members of, and I remember so fondly.
So, just want to send so much love to Bob Dole, to his memory, to his family.
You know, the first presidential election that I experienced in America was not 92, the original Clinton, it was 96.
So I remember Bob Dole as this, you know, very important figure in my learning of the American political system, as he ran for president as a Republican.
So Bob Dole, truly an American giant, and it's great to see him be celebrated with some laughs and some fun from his family and his loved ones, just the way he would have wanted it to be.
And he obviously knew that Democrats stole elections then, And they try to steal elections now.
They stole 2020.
We're going to get to the bottom of that, and we're not going to let them do it again.
And he's one of the people fighting the fight.
Follow him, BorisEP.com, on Twitter, on Getter, everywhere else where you look for the baron, you'll find him.
I know you've seen the incredible, incredible video from Hillary.
I just want to know if you share the same response to that pathetic site that former Republican Congressman Joe Scarborough has.
This is cut to Joe.
Well, it's just so extraordinarily moving.
I find it hard to believe that anyone could find criticism and cynically attack someone, again, exposing themselves, their soul, the way Secretary Clinton did there.
Did you find it extraordinarily moving or did you cynically attack it like I did yesterday?
I found it to be indecent exposure.
You want to talk about exposing yourself, Joe Scarborough?
First of all, did you see Willie Geist's face?
Willie's like, uh, I don't know what's going on.
I think Joe's off his meds.
You can tell Willie thought that that terrible showing by Crooked—and by the way, for those who don't know, we're talking about some new website that they've got up where Hillary Clinton Well, let me tell you something, friends, okay?
I've got a lot of great memories, and all the best ones are with my family, okay?
her putative victory speech victory speech it was her victory it was her would have been victory speech well let me tell you something friends okay I've got a lot of great memories and all the best ones are with my family okay but my best professional personal memory outside my family is November 8th 2016 Okay?
And I'm in New York, and I had the honor to be in Trump Tower.
I had the honor to be at the Hilton, where the big event was.
The Clinton camp had this literally, like, you know, end-of-the-world-level huge event at the Javits Center.
They had a glass ceiling because she was breaking the glass ceiling.
They had, it was like, it was like something from, You know what I was doing?
OK, we had a ballroom in a Hilton and nothing makes me happier than remembering Donald J. Trump, his beautiful family up there giving that victory speech while Hillary Clinton was popping vodka over at the Peninsula Hotel and refusing to concede until his beautiful family up there giving that victory speech while Hillary Clinton was So, you know what I was doing?
I was on my front porch with my 17-year-old son smoking cigars, watching the returns come in on our laptops.
It was quite, quite the night.
It was quite the night.
I'll never forget the way the night went, too.
You know, I was in Trump Tower, and then as The Returns started coming in around 7.30, 8, I went over to the Hilton, did the TV, and that's when we saw Florida flip-flopping.
You know, and that is when we knew.
Once Florida started going back and forth between Clinton and Trump, we knew we had it.
And then Florida came, Ohio came, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Michigan, and then, in the middle of the night, Pennsylvania came and Donald J. Trump changed history forever and Crooked is relegated to some pathetic website where she's reading her would-have-been-a-victory speech.
But you know, here's what I've heard, though, and this is crazy.
This is crazy, but I'm gonna say it.
I'm reading that they believe that this is her trying to get herself back in the conversation for when Joe Biden, you know, very likely does not continue in his term, and when Democrats kick Kamala Harris to the curb because she's the least likable person on the planet.
I've heard this as well, and to quote my engineer here, the only thing we have to say is This.
And if you're listening on radio, it's a double thumbs up.
I mean, nobody can be that... Nobody can be that delusional, but wouldn't it be delicious?
Hey, it's great.
Listen, if they want Hillary Clinton back, let's do it.
And then when Donald Trump is the presidential nominee 24, we can crush her again.
I'm not going to, you know, since Eisenhower beat Adlai Stevenson, there hasn't been a double victory of one candidate by another in 52 and 56.
This would be even that much sweeter.
Donald Trump crushing Hillary Clinton.
Twice in 16 and then in 24.
Bring it on, Crooked.
Anytime you want.
We're ready.
You, your terrible staff, Tarjen Palmieri, Robbie Mook, all those nobodies.
Bring it on any day of the week.
We're ready, baby.
Too much fun.
Fabulous.
Of course, look, he's only on for one segment, but even then he smuggles in that little historic comment.
Oh yes, Adlai Stevenson.
It would be only the second time.
That's why we call him the Baron.
We've got 60 seconds left.
Tell us, because you're on the front lines, next thing to watch when it comes to elections, auditing, what should we be paying attention to?
...about a major hearing in Pennsylvania next week on the 15th on Wednesday.
That's a lawsuit by Josh Shapiro, who's the Pennsylvania Democrat, against Jake Corman, the Republican Senate president who's running for governor.
The Republicans want to conduct, or are pushing to conduct, a full forensic investigation.
Democrats standing in their way.
President out of Arizona says Republicans will win.
Yesterday, major lawsuits...
...in Georgia with David Perdue, an establishment candidate who is now running for government, joining a lawsuit saying loud and clear that 2020 was stolen in Georgia.
We're going to discuss that in detail next time he's in the studio.
He's the baron.
Boris ZP, follow him everywhere.
Next, the call board is lighting up.
Your calls here on Ask Dr. G Anything Friday.
That's who they are.
Mic's back on.
Nice job, sir!
He's gone.
Alright.
Oh, man.
That is still the one thing I say is I'm so glad Hillary will never be president.
That is, like, I do prefer, I'd rather have Biden be president than Hillary.
Why?
It's more satisfying because she, I think she's more dangerous than Biden.
He's just kind of like, he's not even really there.
She's all there and she knows what she's doing.
Yeah, but also everybody would hate her.
Yeah, but I mean...
I mean, there's no, oh, he's a nice old guy with Hillary.
You don't think everybody hates Joe at this point?
No, I don't.
I do.
I don't.
No.
No, come on.
Are you serious?
In California?
In Massachusetts?
No, that last poll, 27% want him to run in 24.
That's the new approval rating.
Everything's so polarized, it's your own party.
You know what I mean?
Nobody even likes him.
Quinnipiac has him at 36%.
No, but you can at least... Well, they don't hate him.
You can pretend that he's a nice old guy.
You can't pretend she's nice.
No.
There's no way women think that.
There's no way a fake, nasty woman.
Yeah, she's not.
Well, also, you always talk about the people who are behind her and who would be really running that White House.
Podesta and Aberdeen?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Not Aberdeen.
Aberdeen's nothing.
She makes the coffee in the morning.
I mean, she's got double digit IQ.
I mean, seriously.
But Podesta.
That guy's actually, that guy's creepy.
Oh, he's evil.
Just love that idea.
If there was such a thing as Pizzagate, Podesta would be the top.
Can you play me Cup 5?
This is the US Attorney, right?
Yes.
You're in front of my house with my children?
We literally just pulled up here.
Yeah, but how do you know where I live?
Oh, it's public record, ma'am.
Right, okay.
That's unbelievable.
We're not stalking you at all.
Yeah, but my kids are inside.
Oh, we never even knocked the door.
We're just parking here trying to figure out where we're going and someone said we saw you here.
Yeah.
Okay, thanks.
Please make sure that you're in front of my house with my children inside.
And you're going to put this on here.
So as a black woman, in this moment, in this country, you're going to put my house on the screen?
No, no, no, ma'am.
We're just here approaching you to ask you a question.
Get away from my family.
Speak to me at my job.
If I get hurt or harmed because of this, you are on the record for that.
Or my kids are Stop, what's the back story to that?
The rantings of a white woman?
This is private property.
Get out of here.
And you know what I'll do?
I'll call the police on you and make an allegation, and we'll see how that works with you.
So the rantings of a white woman get you here and scare my children?
Get off of our private property.
And I swear to God, I'm dead serious.
I will find your name.
You can ask me.
What's the back story to that?
The rantings of a white woman?
What is that?
Well, she's talking to a reporter about that.
It was, let me find out, Tucker did it.
She was in the news for doing something, I think she impersonated a cop.
That woman?
Uh-oh.
And started to have something going on.
It's crazy.
Okay.
Send me the details.
It's in the right part, let me think.
Oh, is it?
Okay, I'll find it.
25 seconds.
We've got...
We've got...
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
were.
You know, I think I've worked out why I get on so well with the Baron.
Because he's an only child as well!
You know, we connect at that only child level.
And as only children, I think it's clear he had a good childhood.
I had an exceptional childhood.
My parents treated me as an adult from, you know, the earliest age.
I'd sit at the top of the stairs, you know, listening to the conversations at the dinner party.
A great, great childhood, especially Christmas.
I felt loved.
And Christmas was magical in the Gawker household.
I hope it was for you.
But what about the more than one and a half million children across America who have a parent in prison this Christmas?
What's their Christmas going to be like?
Are they going to feel guilty?
Afraid?
Vulnerable?
Well, they should, because 70% of them end up in prison themselves.
They're so vulnerable to a cycle that we can help break.
You can help break.
Chuck Colson created the Prison Fellowship, and one of the most beautiful things it does is gets a Christmas gift to one of these children.
$25 for a Christmas gift on behalf of their incarcerated mother or father with a note of love from that parent and the gospel.
Please make a difference.
Be one of those Christmas angels this Christmas.
So many of you have given already, but we need to hit our target.
Please give as much as you can.
$125 is five children whose Christmas you will make brighter.
Let's break that cycle.
Let's make them feel more loved.

Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Al in California.
Al, happy Friday.
Same to you, Sebastian.
Listen, I've got a question really quickly on gun legislation.
Yes.
We've had two very good decisions.
One is a California decision saying that the Constitution protects the AR-15 with the 2000 word Uh, a state judge opinion.
And the second one was the Kyle Rittenhouse decision on self-defense.
Now here's my third question.
And there might be imminently one on New York, on concealed carry in New York.
There's a third one potentially in front of the Supreme Court.
Right.
Now here's what I want to mention about tank museums.
There's a tank museum in Britain called Bovington, which I think it's a little better than Aberdeen in it.
They keep their vehicles undercover and they've got the only movable tiger tank in the world.
And I think that what I complain about with Aberdeen is that they don't keep their vehicles up and they don't keep them under cover.
Well, it's worse than that.
Bovington is superb and it's worse than that, Al.
Aberdeen doesn't exist anymore.
It was bracked.
So the Aberdeen Proving Ground, all that incredible material, the small arms museum that I visited, wow, over a decade ago, it's all been moved to Texas.
So I don't even know if it's publicly accessible anymore.
It's a real tragedy, Al.
Well, we had a nice one out here in California, but the curator died.
And you know what?
I'll let you go with this.
My favorite vehicle is a kind of undistinguished one.
It's the brain gun carrier.
Oh, yes.
Classic.
Very super fast.
Very cool.
Nice choice, Al.
You always bring your A-game.
Thank you.
Let's go to Sylvia, also in California.
Welcome, Sylvia.
Hi, Dr. G. How are you?
Good.
I wanted to find out if you heard this, because I did hear this.
Years and years ago, the actual Supreme Court passed down a law that could not mandate a vaccine if it actually did not stop the virus that it was supposed to.
I didn't hear that.
All I do know that you cannot mandate anything that is experimental.
That's one of the great weaknesses of what the administration has been doing.
They've had to change the status of the vaccine to make it non-emergency so they could mandate it.
So no, I am not familiar with that one.
Stay on the line, Sylvia, because if you have details, I want to hear about it, because we need every scintilla of ammunition to fight these mandates.
Guys, it's very simple.
For decades, since 73, they've been telling us they've been justifying tens of millions of unborn murdered in the womb by saying, my body, my choice, based on some spurious Legal garbage about penumbras in the constitution.
Well, guess what?
Let's throw you back in their faces.
My body, my choice.
And when it comes to my vaccine status, there's already a federal law.
It's called the HIPAA law.
And you're not allowed to know whether you're a restaurant owner, a business owner, or anybody else that is classified.
Use their weapons against them.
That's what Alinsky did to us.
Now it's time for us to play hardball.

Yeah, and it's very emotional to watch her.
I mean, I couldn't help but get choked up that I think that moment where she showed her raw emotion about her mother is so powerful.
I just hope everybody who has someone in their family Who thinks Hillary Clinton is a bad person?
They should watch Willie's interview.
Get them to watch Willie's interview.
And I think they'll walk away with new respect for the woman and the trail she had to navigate and how well she did it.
And she is deserving of our respect.
How well she did it, deserving of our respect, especially that Uranium One deal.
Claremont Castle is saying, you gotta get choked up.
No, I prefer to laugh or vomit.
Those are your two options when you watch Hillary's latest video.
But, you know, that's who she is.
She worships one of the Maybe most corrupt?
Yeah, when it comes to women, the most corrupt female politicians in American history, bar none, just a statement of empirical fact.
Let's change the subject.
Let's talk about something fun.

It's Friday.
It's Ask Dr. G Anything.
The number is 833... There's only one line left, guys.
You guys are so keen!
It's a pleasure to talk to you.
I love your show.
8333-GORCA, that's 833-334-6752.
Let's go to Tom in California.
Welcome aboard.
Dr. Parker, it's a pleasure to talk to you.
I love your show.
Thank you.
I wanted to make a comment about the New World Order.
Well, that's a problematic start because that's a conspiratorial phrase.
But make it quick, Tom.
What do you want to say?
Oh, he went away.
I guess he knows what I think about phrases like that.
Let's go to a good friend of the show in Los Angeles.
Don, happy Friday!
Dr. G, happy Friday to you.
You're not going to ask me about the new world order, are you, Don?
No, no.
I'm more worried about the world order we got now.
How about the lack of the new world disorder under Biden?
The world disorder, the lords of misrule.
You know, I wanted to run this by you, Dr. G, because as a geostrategist par excellence, I was, you know, we hear all this talk, which is, I mean, very legitimate, very timely about deterring China.
But we have all this problem with so many allies in Asia, let's say, that are like waxing and waning about letting us have bases or, you know, this or that.
I thought, why don't we make a real Neptune spear and form and just fortify our trust territory, the Marshals, the Marianas, all the way back to the Gilberts.
And that would be a spear pointing right at China, saying, get back.
And it's our territory.
Nobody can kick us out of it.
No, I love it.
I love it.
And it's, you know, it beats what the Chinese did by building these fake atolls with, you know, two mile long runways they said were for search and rescue, but were actually strategic lily pads.
It's smart.
I like it.
However, Don, that's only part of the jigsaw.
The other thing, because, you know, it's It's what the British did for so long.
Then they couldn't, after World War II, with the recession of the British Empire.
It is crucial for the world, for the safety of democracies, for the safety of republics, to have shipping lanes open.
So, yes, those territories that belong to us should be fortified.
I love that idea and if I see the President, I'll mention it to him.
But the biggest Message, signal, sign you send the Chinese is to maintain the open shipping lanes.
And the only country that can do that, with a little bit of help from others like the Brits, is the US.
So that is the vital part of the jigsaw, Don.
Right, and just one other quick thing.
It's the strong horse theory.
You know, so many of these allies get weak in the knees because they're questioning whether we're vacillating.
If we took that step and we went to the extent of really fortifying that island, all those, that island chain, we could call it the MacArthur-Nimitz line or something, they would say, wow, USA is serious.
You know, they'll know that big brother is standing right behind them, backing them up.
So I think that might stiffen their spines a little bit.
Let me give you some inside baseball.
So as you know, I didn't just serve in the White House, I worked on the presidential transition team, which works in the months prior to the election to prep the incoming president and his cabinet.
And one of the things we did, because I was working for Mike Flynn, is establishing contact with our allies and partners across the world, especially in Asia.
And when we helped set up those calls, we did the talking points with the president, with Abe and others.
And it was night and day, Don, because when we came in, especially after we'd won the election and it was waiting, you know, those two and a half months before the inauguration – The cause we had with the region around China, with our Asian allies and partners, everybody was so petrified after eight years of Obama.
They felt lied to with Obama's pseudo pivot to Asia.
They felt threatened, intimidated by China.
And when we reached out to them, when we set up those calls for the president-elect, it was like somebody opened a box of sunshine.
These people Felt so reassured that finally it's not an interventionist president that's coming in but it's somebody who cares for the safety of like-minded communities and who is prepared to step up and stop the Chinese from intimidating their neighbors.
So it was a glorious time to be working for the American government and right now we see the obverse.
We see lack of leadership, fecklessness, cowardice, ignorance with the sacrifice of Kabul.
And it's all the more reason why we have to double down, make sure President Trump is back in the White House and why we need people like you, Don, and everybody listening to this show to speak the truth every single day.
So, so much more to discuss.
We're going to have the former Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Robert Wilkie, who served with distinction in not only the Air Force, but the U.S.
Army.
He'll be in studio with us later.
But right now, your call is on 833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Amazing call.

Cut 8.
Oh, we have an update on yesterday's top story when the Fox News Christmas tree was set on fire.
Yes, yes!
It's clearly a hate crime against a historically marginalized group.
Morons!
What?
Fox Lives Matter!
Fox Lives Matter!
Come in with that.
Come in with that.
14 seconds.
in with that.
14 seconds.
Standby.
Standby.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
We have an update on yesterday's top story, when the Fox News Christmas tree was set on fire.
Yes, yes!
It's clearly a hate crime against a historically marginalized group.
Morons!
Fox Lives Matter!
Fox Lives Matter!
I'll say it!
Fox Lives Matter!
I don't know if I'm just missing something here.
Mr. G, are you there?
Yes.
When did comedians insult half a country?
Is that like comedy?
When the other network starts beating you at that time slot.
It really gets into your audience.
That's a good point.
That's Stephen Colbert saying that if you watch Fox you're a moron, which is...
I'm not sure that's very funny.
Eric, just text me.
I need to know what the viewership of that sad sack is.
I need to know how pathetic he is.
Let's, in the meantime, go to your calls.
Let's go to Murph in Tennessee, line two.
Hey, Dr. Gorka, thank you so much for taking this call.
Sure.
Appreciate your efforts.
I have a question for you, please, sir.
Maybe you or your audience can answer this.
This morning on Fox TV, there was a gentleman from the White House Council of Economic Advisers.
Yes.
And this is the greatest economy since sliced bread.
And he was harping about the BBB program and the free universal healthcare, lowering of prescription drug costs and the childcare on the house for anybody that wants it.
Yep.
Just curious, just curious as a taxpayer, Well, I think if you're talking about Jared Bernstein, he's so clueless.
This is what he also said about Jen Psaki's recent comment that inflation is a high-class problem.
We just happened to have the clip.
Cut seven.
It was said, I think it was a month ago, by leading White House officials.
One of them called inflation a high-class problem.
Was that regretful, being in hindsight here?
I'm not at all familiar with that reference.
I am a senior economic advisor for the senile old guy who sadly is called the President.
But I don't know.
I never heard that.
So Murph, he has no idea.
He's making it up.
It's all garbage.
It's all propaganda.
It's all lies.
The money's going to come from us, or sadly, they're going to print it, which means the money we have is worth less.
In the meantime, let's make a difference.
Guys, Christmas is almost upon us.
Let's support a company that is run and owned by patriots making products here in America.
It's Mike Lindell's MyPillow.
Get a good night's sleep.
He sold 51 million of his MyPillows, the pillow that never gets hot, never loses shape.
President Trump loves them, as does my whole team.
Use my name to get up to 66% off.
Call 800-829-8468.

The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
The End
The End So when your guest for the B-segment arrives early and just self-promoting himself by saying, you know how many interviews I did yesterday?
I was at least a million.
No, it was eight, actually.
What do we do?
It's called a target of opportunity.
And we open fire and we pull him into the studio early.
We're going to get to him momentarily.
But first things first, It's Friday.
It's Second Amendment Friday.
Car Firearms is fighting for America.
Car executives stand with America First and are willing to put their brand's reputation on the line to stand for liberty.
Please support our Second Amendment Friday sponsor, Car Firearms.

That's KAHR.com.
You will not regret it.
Who am I talking about?
Who are we delighted to have an Extra, extra opportunity to talk to he's none other than distinguished Heritage Fellow, former member of the Trump Cabinet for Veteran Affairs, Robert Wilkie.
Doctor, welcome back to America First.
Thank you for having me back.
So I hope I hope it was with regards to Vlad that you were being interviewed.
Yeah, is that right?
Absolutely.
Okay, everyone.
So let's let's start.
We brought you in early.
So let's start with the The thorny issue.
Yes.
So people still don't understand our old boss when it comes to his national security perspective.
I'll give one illustration that I've shared here before.
I was in the Oval alone with him on another issue, I think it was Iran, and in the middle of nowhere he just looks up from his paper, he was leaning back at the Resolute Desk, and he's just said, with no apropos, he was in a very serious mindset, he said, I do not want to deploy.
American troops back onto the Korean Peninsula.
So clearly he was thinking about Kim and he thought about the Korean War.
This is a man who took his responsibility very seriously, was not an interventionist, but if you're a bad guy doing bad things, he's happy at the drop of the hat over chocolate cake to drop 52 cruise missiles on your head in Syria, as he did.
And killed 200 Russians.
And kill 200 Russians, quote-unquote, contractors who are actually, we know what they are.
Let's help us, as somebody with a distinguished service record in more than two services, rises to the cabinet in the Trump administration.
Explain to those who are listening to this show, the millions of people who support President Trump, what was unique about his geopolitical perspective.
Interesting that you put it that way because I'll talk about him being Truman-esque in one sense.
Okay.
But he looked at the world from the perspective that America was the indispensable nation.
But America wasn't the inexhaustible nation.
Very good.
And as a result of that we would do everything that we could to make sure that our friends had what they needed to defend themselves.
And even though he didn't articulate it this way, it's very much going back to Harry Truman and George Marshall.
They have dropped on their desk that telegram, that document from Mr. X, George Kennan.
It says, gentlemen, this is a threat the likes of which we've never seen.
And immediately the Truman Doctrine is in place.
We're going to ship arms to Greece.
We're going to ship arms to Turkey.
We are going to make sure that even though we can't be everywhere, people who share our values, And people who share our contempt and hatred of communism will be ready to oppose it.
So let's look at what that meant for Ukraine.
Obama-Biden in 2014, and sad to say, doctor, that the same people who gave us that disaster are back in the White House.
Yes.
Including the National Security Advisor.
When Putin moved, all Obama-Biden could do was send meals ready to eat.
Oh hang on, hang on, that's not fair.
You said blankets.
Blankets, I said blankets.
Oh you did, sorry.
I said blankets, yes.
Maybe some socks.
And I left out tents.
When President Trump came in, Understanding that Russia is a great nation in the historical sense and you have to treat that nation gingerly.
The requisite treatment for a nation with 11 time zones.
Right, absolutely.
He said okay, Ukraine you get what you need to deter Putin's tanks and his planes and he was a choir boy for four years.
He backed that up by Reminding the world in the Middle East that Obama-Biden had drawn red lines that nobody believed.
And he took out bad guys.
The worst of the worst.
He not only took out 200 Russians and destroyed terrorist camps, he destroyed the caliphate.
And he did something revolutionary.
It's interesting.
I sadly was in attendance at Senator Dole's funeral today, and I had the great pleasure of sitting next to a friend of mine, Tricia Nixon, and her husband, Edward Cox, whom I think you know.
And we were talking about the damage, almost the irretrievable damage that this president has done to what Nixon set in motion, which was to kick the Soviet Union out of the Middle East.
And bring Jews and Arabs together.
Trump took that and took it to a level that nobody could believe.
And everybody said it was impossible.
And this administration refuses to recognize it.
Won't even acknowledge it.
That these things happened.
And we were talking about how after all that work with Sadat and Golda Meir and the Saudis, it's collapsed.
Give you an example.
The Russians just entered into an agreement with the Saudis, a defense cooperation agreement.
Prime Minister Bennett, who cannot trust this president, With Israel's future.
I just spent four days in Sochi with Putin.
They came away with a deal that the Russians aren't going to interfere with Israeli attacks.
That is so damning.
That's incredible.
That Israel has to look to Moscow.
Yeah, absolutely.
So, in the Middle East, brought Jew and Arab together.
He put on the line the new threat.
Actually, it's a 40-year threat, but nobody approached it the way President Trump did.
That the Ayatollahs want to re-establish Persian hegemony over the region.
They have to be stopped.
They are a threat not only to Israel, but to every Sunni Arab country.
And we're going to do everything we can to stop them, including destroying, killing the world's number one terrorist, the fulcrum of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard complex that's not just military and paramilitary, it is banking, it's investments, it's agriculture, it's everything, the black market.
And the whole dynamic in the Middle East changed.
And it has changed back for the bad all of a sudden.
Help me with this one thing.
The reason people don't understand what President Trump did is because it didn't fall into the very lazy taxonomy of D.C.
national security.
Since the end of the Cold War, we were given these two options.
Mindless neoconservativism, we're going to turn you into democracy at the end of a gun barrel, like Bush II.
Or multilateralism, we're the problem and let other people fix it and we'll retreat from the world a la Obama.
How is the most powerful nation in the world, you know, with all the Ivy League expertise and all the think tanks that we have, how do we devolve to such a simplistic view of the world?
There are two options in national security where nonsensical intervention or withdrawal.
Right.
Well, first of all, you answered the first one with Ivy League piety.
Faculty lounge pieties that the best and the brightest would remake the world.
Our foreign policy was run with the exception of those times when you had George Marshall, even Dr. Kissinger, the ultimate realist.
running it.
It was left to the dreamers.
Yeah.
And then, in that strange world that existed before you and I were in public policy, where old-time socialists like Jean Kirkpatrick and Ben Wattenberg and Moynihan woke up.
Mugged by reality.
Mugged by reality and came to see the light.
That generation is gone now.
We're back to the Ivy League pieties, but the sad thing, Doctor, is that's not the world of Jean Kirkpatrick and Pat Moynihan and Ben Wattenberg.
This is now the world of the blame America first crowd.
Let me just say this farcical democracy summit, and I say that I don't say that in a hyperbolic way.
The President of the United States told the world that his nation was a problem.
That we don't have voting rights and we're a country beset by racism.
How do you defend a nation that you don't like?
That's the question.
You can't.
You cannot.
If you don't believe in America, which is what we saw, if your first thing is to go on an international apology tour, as Obama did, you cannot, reflexively, you cannot act in America's interest if you don't believe in America.
Wow.
You can tell I enjoy this stuff.
We could do this for hours.
He's staying here for two more segments.
We've only just scratched the surface.
We have to talk about what Russia is doing, what it means for all of us, not just our allies in Europe.
I'm Sebastian Gorka and we're talking to Secretary Robert Wilkie now with the Heritage Foundation.
The End
Wow.
And, um, but you don't have that.
Right.
Any longer.
No.
You've got the Sullivans and the other Rises.
Yeah.
Let me, uh, while we're in a break, let me take this, this call on, uh... You want mics on or off?
Yeah, mics are on.
Let's get a line.
Do you want a coffee or a water?
Water.
Yeah, can we get a water?
Yep.
Thanks.
Hey, is that John?
Hello?
Line one, you're up.
Yes, sir.
Yes, John, can you hear me?
Yes, sorry, I had to step back in time real quick.
I just was curious if you've watched Battleground from 1949 yet.
Battleground, remind me about it.
It's about the Battle of the Bulge.
It was made in 1949.
Is that James Whitmore?
One of the best war classic movies.
Is that James Whitmore and Ricardo Montalbán?
Is it called Whitmore and Montalbán?
Hello?
Can you hear us?
Yes, sir.
Can you hear me now?
Yeah, it's a pretty bad line.
Hold on.
How's this?
I think it's close to my Wi-Fi, Robert.
Okay, it's a little bit better.
I think I've probably seen it a long time ago, but I'm going to check it out this weekend.
What else did you want to say?
So, uh, there's a gun store back in Maryland that posted yesterday one of your American First 1911s for sale, and they sold it in 90 minutes.
Are you kidding me?
Are you kidding me?
No, sir.
You can look it up.
It's called Tactical Shepherd on Facebook.
Tactical what?
Tactical Shepherd.
Shepherd.
Wow, they found one of our America First 9-11s.
That's fabulous.
John, stay on the line.
Let's give John a Let's Go Brandon hat for that piece of intel.
That's superb.
That's superb.
I thought they sold all of them.
Yeah, I know the movie he's talking about.
It's got quite a cast.
Anything with Ricardo is good.
And they recreate... John, what's your last name?
They recreate the scene that actually happened with the 82nd, where the fellow is just with one infantryman, he's digging his own little foxhole, and the major comes by and says, what the hell are you doing?
He said, sir, I am the 82nd Airborne Division, and this is as far as the bastards go.
What's your email address?
It was one little guy, one little private.
That's great.
That's great.
I think I know what I'm gonna watch tonight.
Alright, we've got 60 seconds.
Car, um, disclaimer, and you're doing Prison Fellowship.
Yes.
And what's your address?
50 seconds.
His name was John, right?
I believe so.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We're in the town.
Alright.
30 seconds.
Can you...
Portions of America First are brought to you by Car Firearms.
Just got a bit of intel from John.

It's sold in 90 minutes, right?
90 minutes, guys!
Let me give you a good piece of news.
We only made 300 of those Custom 1911s with car.

We are back with former Secretary for Veteran Affairs, Dr. Colonel Robert Wilkie, in studio, distinguished fellow with the Heritage Foundation.
Let's ask the question that is so provocative right now, I think, for some conservatives.
Why should we care about Ukraine, Secretary?
Well, we should care about Ukraine because it has been our mission since the end of World War II to support freedom-loving peoples, not go whole hog and send in the 82nd Airborne every time there was a crisis.
But let's look at this in terms of strategic whack-a-mole.
There is a new axis of evil.
It's much more powerful than the one that George W. Bush talked about in an address before Congress, because this one includes China, Russia, and Tehran and Iran.
They are playing this three-dimensional game on many levels.
While we are watching Ukraine, Putin has weaponized migrants that he's being able to pull out of the Middle East to destabilize Poland, Romania, and Bulgaria.
Let's stop it because so few people realize this.
So right now and for the last few months, the Russian regime has been flying refugees from Iraq and Syria into Eastern Europe to flood through the borders into NATO nation Poland.
I mean, this is if you read this in a Tom Clancy novel, you'd think you're kind of stretching a little bit, Tom.
It's happening right now.
It is.
It's happening right now.
The express purpose of to destabilize and to begin a process within those capitals that you know you may not be able to count on the united states the near abroad was a pretty safe thing for you at one time that's what putin calls those former satellites of the soviet union but the other part of this chess game that he's playing and i mentioned
i was at senator dole's funeral today and had the pleasure of sitting next to president nixon's daughter trisha his eldest and her husband ed cox who used to be the head of the new york republican - Good boy.
And we were talking about all the damage that's been done just in the last few months to President Nixon's legacy in the Middle East.
And Putin has moved in where Biden has created a vacuum.
The Arabs and Israelis who came together under Trump buried a thousand years of hatred, Jews and Arabs, common enemy, an existential threat to all of their nations.
Russia has filled the vacuum.
They just signed an agreement with Saudi Arabia for defense cooperation.
Prime Minister Bennett has been spending a great deal of time in Sochi, which is Putin's vacation spot.
They emerged last weekend with an agreement that the Russians would not oppose.
Any Israeli move against terrorists in Syria, that part of the world.
The Russians are moving in on the Emiratis, the Gulf states, in terms of economic cooperation and technology sharing, because the United States is bound and determined in the form of this president to cut a deal with the Iranians.
So that's just Putin playing on those levels.
Then you have what the Chinese are doing.
And you see why all of this matters because it's all tied into one thing.
And that is to replace, and if we're lucky, Destroy the United States as the world's most powerful nation.
So the idea that some conservatives have that this doesn't matter and Putin can swallow Ukraine and there'll be no consequences for us is just fantasy.
Right, if you look at his great designs, and you and I talked about this yesterday, Putin is a, forget communism, this is about aggressive, aggrieved Russian nationalism that has its roots hundreds of years, it's in the making.
Putin's very fond of an exchange that Stalin had in Berlin with Averill Harriman, who was Franklin Roosevelt's ambassador to the Soviet Union during the war.
And Harriman was trying to make small talk with Stalin, said, Marshall, you should be proud your troops got all the way to Berlin, and Stalin turned stern, red-faced.
He said, yes, Mr. Ambassador, but Tsar Alexander got all the way to Paris.
And now Putin can't, he doesn't have that, but he has it in the back of his mind.
But he is the person, and we're going to discuss this on my Newsmax show on Sunday.
You need to understand who this is.
This is a former KGB colonel who has gone on record saying the greatest catastrophe, the greatest geopolitical tragedy of the 20th century was the loss of the Soviet Union, Robert.
The loss of the stands, the loss of Ukraine, the Eastern European nations, the Warsaw Pact, all the way up to East Germany, you know, to Berlin.
Yes, and that's what That's the mentality.
And his Stalinist impulses are more tactical than they are strategic in the sense that if you pick a target, you dive in.
If you strike steel, pull back.
He's not striking a lot of steel right now.
There is no steel to strike.
It's not going to come from a Germany that's in bed with Russia.
It's not going to come from a UK that sadly has a military that's potentially even more woke than ours right now.
The smallest Royal Navy since Charles I.
Oh my gosh.
We're going to continue to discuss what all of this means to you with our very special in-studio guest from the Heritage Foundation.

Spurs.
Spurs.
Talking about Spurs.
Always next year's champions.
Rodney Morris, you remember him?
He had a great line about Spurs.
He said, well, they just don't do silverware.
There's a great picture of Arsenal.
It's called, they have the chicken mascot.
Yes.
And he's got his backpack and his bandana full of stuff and he's leaving London.
He said, I'm tired of minding the gap.
The gun has all these trophies.
The last time they won a championship was before I was born.
Yeah.
It's been 60 years since they left.
Oh my gosh.
But you would think.
Yeah.
They're the most pretentious thing.
And I hope you're listening.
We have.
We have listeners everywhere.
Australia, UK, Brazil.
What have we had?
UAE, Israel, you name it.
It's crazy.
The Doll Funerals.
Where were you?
In the Rotunda?
The National Cathedral.
Saw the Vice President Pence.
Talked to him for a while, and of course Mrs. Cox.
How do you know Nixon?
They heard, the Nixon family heard me talk about his relationship with Golda Meir.
And they contacted me.
And they asked me to give a speech at the Nixon Library, which I entitled The Age of Nixon.
And I talked about how he played the game with a very weak hand because of what was going on domestically in this country.
And I also pointed out that from my perspective as the Secretary of VA, nobody did more for veterans than Richard Nixon.
Really?
In terms of education and vocational education.
There's a great, great story about the POWs had been released and they were in a big tent.
He got Ringling Brothers to give him a tent, put it on the White House lawn.
And he said, I want to thank the airmen who took to the skies Christmas and shook the ground and reminded the North Vietnamese that you all will be coming out.
And there was a 10-minute standing ovation.
Oh my gosh.
Because those men knew once that they hadn't been forgotten.
Right, the sign of ascent.
And they could feel the earthquake.
It's remarkable what you said.
We've managed in 10 months to reverse everything Nixon did in the Middle East.
Right, absolutely.
It's incredible.
It is.
Israel, Egypt.
Well, the whole China-Russia thing.
The whole China-Russia thing.
Now they will, somebody asked me this yesterday, and you're more of an expert on this than I am, about the China-Russia reproach model.
I said it's not going to last.
You've got a thousand years of hatred there.
And competing objectives.
Thank you.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Prison Fellowship.
Great news, Jeff, always keeps me on the cutting edge of the breaking news.
Fox29.com, Pennsylvania High Court has thrown out the school mask mandate.
That is hot off the press.
Pennsylvania High Court has thrown out the mask mandate for schools.
Let's have more of that across the nation.
Do not comply.
If you have been listening to our talk with Robert Wilkie, former Secretary of Veterans Affairs, we've been talking about China, Russia, the Middle East.
It has been so, well, one of my biggest regrets as I was invited to Jerusalem for the opening of our new embassy.
I couldn't go, but guess what?
We are going next year.
It is the Stand with Israel tour and you are invited to join me and Dinesh D'Souza for the trip of a lifetime.
We had to cancel because of COVID.
We've got our new dates November 30th, December 9th.
10 days with me and Dinesh.
Even if you've been to Israel, you haven't been with me.

Secretary Wilkie, let's talk... Let's just say something about that.
You just mentioned Israel.
I had the great honor of being the first cabinet secretary to be in Jerusalem to give a speech at their September 11th memorial.
Really?
And I'm looking back in the contrast between that time and now.
There were pictures of President Trump on the sides of buildings all over Jerusalem.
That had been privately put up?
That had been privately put up, but also the government had put some up, Netanyahu did, in recognition of the finality of placing that embassy.
And recognizing Jerusalem.
And recognizing Jerusalem.
And what's happened in Israel is fascinating because you and I both know it was founded really as a soft Marxist state.
The kibbutz were a manifestation of simple Marxism and the Labour Party ran the country for the first 40-50 years.
I think they have six members left in the Knesset.
The Israelis are now, the country is center-right or right-right and it's been an incredible transformation but the thanks for President Trump for doing that After 23 years of broken promises by four presidents.
By Republicans and Democrats.
No, thank you.
So let's finish with a topic that's very close to your heart.
Let's talk about the Reagan inheritance, the state of the Navy, China.
Right now, can you imagine, has China ever been as emboldened as it is right now?
No, not in the modern world.
I mean, for most of the last at least 200, 300 years, it's been chopped up into little pieces.
But not since 48.
But not since 48.
You certainly saw them emerge during the Korean War, but that was a one-shot thing.
And they attacked Vietnam in 1979 and lost.
But no, they have not been this way before.
They're playing out an ancient Chinese game of their neighbors having to pay tribute to the Mandarits in the Forbidden City.
It's very simple if you look at Chinese history.
But again, the mistake that I believe Xi Jinping has made and has left an opening for the West is that when you start saying you're going to incinerate Japan, The next thing they do is throw out the Constitution Douglas MacArthur wrote for them.
He said, OK, we can arm to the teeth.
Right.
The same applies to... You give them no option.
You give them no option.
The same applies to the Vietnamese.
I think before my children have children, we will be back in Cameron Bay.
And what about Taiwan?
How worried are you?
Well, concern in the current state of play.
We can give the Taiwanese everything they need to make themselves a porcupine.
And the cost of coming across a 120 mile straight.
Prohibitive.
But we're not going about it the right way.
No.
They're never going to be able to match the PRC plane for plane.
But we can sell them missile after missile after missile.
Mine after mine after mine.
We can make that entree very difficult to swallow.
That's exactly right.
We've been talking far too rapidly for far too short a time.
It doesn't matter.
We're going to have him on my Newsmax show this Sunday.

Welcome back to America First.
Pleasure to be here, brother.
How are you doing today?
Good.
I'm just envious.
You've got one and a half million subscribers on YouTube at your channel, The AK Guy.
Guys, it's 1.49 million.
Can we just please get into one and a half million by the end of this segment?
Seriously.
Come on, guys.
Congratulations.
Almost there.
Can I be really selfish?
Nobody's listening apart from three million people.
I want a piece of personal advice right now.
So do you know who Mr. Fuller is, as of formerly Rifle Dynamics?
Yes sir, I do.
So I just shipped him my garbage, it was just refinished, didn't like it, Saiga 5.56 AK, and he's gonna work some magic on it.
If it were your AK, what would you ask Mr. Fuller to do for you?
I would say definitely SBR that thing, like a nice 12-inch barrel, kind of an AK-105 look.
I think that'll look fantastic.
Okay, do you know what I've asked him to do?
That's not out of the question, but he said he can turn it for me into a 300 Black Cat.
Now, what do you think of that?
Oh, that'll be interesting.
Yeah, especially if you're going for the American calibers.
That'll be a good one.
You know, bringing it, taking the AK-2556 just to bring it back to .30 caliber is kind of funny.
I know, I know.
I thought so too.
But before we get on to your other projects, if you could only have, I mean, you are the AK guy.
You can follow him on Twitter, the AK guy.
Brandon, if it's the end of the world, the zombies are rising.
You've got to get your go pack.
And you're only allowed one AK.
What AK is it, Brandon?
Oh, it's either the 105 or the Krink, man.
You know, I've got a weakness for 5.45.
I love the 5.45.
I love the Krink.
A classic, classic weapon.
Not exactly good for reaching out long distances, but man, you look cool while you're doing it, right?
That's the most important part.
If you're not looking cool, why are you trying?
Superbly put.
Okay, have to get the latest update.
Our time is limited.
What is the latest on the .50 caliber AK Brandon?
Me and some of my guys are just now starting to sit down for the newest iteration.
We're going to try to get some parts made before we'll send out to the shops and whatnot before Christmas break and everything shuts down.
But we're going to try to have something up by like January, February for a new very pretty looking prototype.
I think that'll be fun.
But is it going to actually have furniture?
Is it going to be hot blued or is it still going to be kind of prototype in the white, no furniture?
That last one that we did was a very much just garage build kind of looking prototype, like proof of concept.
This next one, we're going to try to make it pretty.
So next time you come down to San Antonio, man, let me know.
We'll let you shoot it.
Are you going to give me a long piece of string to pull the trigger?
If it makes you feel more comfortable, we can do whatever you like.
And you gotta tell us.
I won't let you shoot anything I want.
Okay.
I gotta say, one of my favorite new acquisitions is my .50 Cal Barrett.
People don't realize it's not a scary thing to shoot.
It's a pussycat.
It's like a shotgun, really.
What was the genesis for this insane idea to put a .50 BMG inside old Sergeant Kalashnikov's design?
You know what, I noticed nobody had ever done it before, and then people started telling me I couldn't do it when I asked why it hadn't been done.
And you know what, when somebody tells you, you know, it can't be done, you just kind of want to prove them wrong.
And so we've, you know, we've got it cycling, we've got it working, I feel like we've done enough to prove it wrong, but now we just have to make it pretty, something worthwhile for Sergeant Kalashnikov.
And the geniuses, correct me if I'm wrong, you're actually using Barrett mags, right?
Yes, sir.
So, standard Barrett 10-round magazine.
Okay.
And if it works, if it's beautiful, if it's super cool, you will be making them for all Americans, will you not, Brandon?
That's the goal.
We're going to try to get him out there.
Our goal from day one has always been to try to get as many well-made AKs into American hands as possible.
Alright, last question.
We're talking to Brandon Herrera.
You've got to subscribe right now to his YouTube channel.
He is the AK guy.
What are you hearing?
You are better plugged in than anybody when it comes to Kalashnikovs with regards to the Russian ammunition ban.
Our understanding was Existing orders, contracts can be honored.
The Biden administration is stopping any new arrangements.
Is it as bleak as we expected?
What are you hearing from inside the industry?
Well, it's kind of one of those Milton Friedman things where, you know, there's nothing more permanent than a temporary government program.
They say about 12 months Uh, in 12 months after the, the supposed ban, they would be revisiting it to see if they would, uh, put a stay on it or continue it.
So we'll see what happens.
I never, never bank on the government giving us more freedom than we have, but you never know things, especially with the Biden administration.
You have no clue what these people have in mind.
But in the meantime, we've got, what, ammunition of Russian caliber being made in the Ukraine, and isn't there some 5.5545 that's made here as well, Brandon?
I don't know if there's any made here, but we have plenty.
Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, there's a lot of companies in a lot of different places.
Not necessarily American.
Well, I am super excited.
I've got three million witnesses right now.
normalize again thank god and i guess we'll really just have to see where it's at in the next six to 12 months well i am super excited i've got three million witnesses right now he said i get to shoot the 50 cal next time I love the .50 cal.
God bless you, Brandon.
Keep doing what you do.
Keep crushing it.
And guys, you've got to watch it, especially his Darwin Awards and the worst gun meme of the day videos as well.
Thank you, Brandon.

So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
What do you think the intelligence community would do if they were motivated to?
I don't know, but from what I am told, they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them.
Oh no, the intelligence community is upset at how President Trump treated them.
Let me tell you guys, welcome back.
This is America First, one-on-one with me, Sebastian Gorga, former strategist to President Trump.
I spent 15 years of my life in the land of my forefathers, in post-communist Hungary, as it was pulling itself out of that dictatorship.
Not even there, in a nation that had secret police, that had a one-party state.
Can I remember a politician saying to an elected Prime Minister, You know, those spies, they can get at you seven ways from Sunday.
Not in a post-communist nation, but it happens here in America with Chuck Schumer.
Let's discuss the ramifications of that attitude with some of your favorite guests in studio for one-on-one, none other than Joe DeGeneva and Victoria Tunsing.
Welcome back, guys.
It's been far too long.
Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas.
You look very festive.
I like the red color.
Love it.
Yes, very much so.
Everybody who listens to America First, Nyon, three years almost.
January 1st, it will be our third anniversary.
Hip hip.
Hooray.
Knows who you are, but say somebody's tuned in, they're traveling, they've just locked onto this radio station, they've been living under a rock for 40 years.
Tell them who Joe is and who Victoria is.
A little bio introduction, if you would.
With your wife?
Hang on, you're next!
United States Attorney for the District of Columbia under the tutelage of Ronald Reagan.
One of the greatest moments of my life was to have him nominate me.
Became an independent counsel of the United States investigating things for the U.S. government.
Worked on the Hill for Senator Charles Mathias on the Judiciary Committee.
And have conducted a happy private practice.
And we've tried to...
With your wife.
Look out for the good people.
Hang on, you're next.
Calm down.
With my wife.
Who is Victoria Townsend?
Victoria, tell us, give us a likewise little summation of your journey to date.
I went to the Republican convention in 1980 and was marching for the ERA and this guy came up to me and said, what have you got there?
And I said, well, I'm selling ERA GOP pins.
And we got married 10 months later.
Oh, I see.
That's how it happened.
And what have you done on Capitol Hill?
Who have you worked for?
Oh, well, my hero, Barry Goldwater, which was such the only boss I ever allowed to call me sweetheart.
And with a special remit of intel issues, right?
You've done a lot of intel stuff in the past.
Yeah, I was Chief Counsel for the Senate Intelligence Committee, so I know this world.
All right.
That's just the formal stuff, guys.
You know who they are.
The truth is they're just patriots and freedom fighters, some of the bravest freedom fighters out there, and we are so grateful to have them in the swamp fighting for freedom.
Okay, let's start with that clip.
I know I'm an immigrant.
I only came here 13 years ago, but I have a pretty good amateur historian sense of the Republic.
Has any other serving politician of his rank ever said something of that ilk, basically threatening an incumbent president with the revenge of the intelligence community, Joe?
No, no one ever has.
But you have to understand, as I know you do, the listeners have to understand, that Schumer was emboldened by the politicization of the intelligence community by Barack Obama.
They tried to make it a complete political arm of the White House.
Brennan, Clapper, Hayden was one of the most despicable CIA directors in history and he has proved that conclusively since he left participating in these lies about Trump and about the Biden, the laptop from hell.
I mean let's just remind people which he and scores of other quote-unquote intelligence professionals said is Russian disinformation.
Yeah, and really a disgusting politicization of former intelligence senior officials.
But they don't care because they decided they were going to destroy people and that they were going to help Biden.
And of course they did.
Michael Hayden tried to get me indicted.
For testifying about Valerie Plame.
I wrote the law for Goldwater, the Agents' Identities Protection Act, and I came up and said Plame was not covert under the law.
No.
And he wanted me to get indicted.
And Henry Waxman tried to refer me for testifying about a law I drafted.
So let's talk about, I mean, this is what they do to people.
Yeah, let's talk about, you use the phrase politicization.
Let's talk about how concretely how bad it is.
I'll just drop a couple of details.
All of this is unclassified.
So Brennan voted for the Communist candidate for president prior to being hired at the CIA.
How he got through the polygraph after he had admitted he voted for the Communist Party at the height of the Cold War still has to be explained.
Diversity.
Right, diversity of communists and anti-constitutional forces.
Then he comes in, wants to be a case agent, he wants to be an actual officer, washes out his garbage, ends up in the intelligence arm, in the, you know, the analyst's arm, and then comes back
After a little time in the wilderness in the private sector, anointed by Obama as his director of the CIA, and then exacts revenge on the organization by saying, well, intel analysts can now be quasi case agents, reorganizing the inside of the agency to make it look like, you know, the
The panty-waisted guys who get noogied at high school are just as tough as James Bond, and then politicized it to such an extent that, for example, the Iran shop of the CIA became a place used to just justify Obama's Iran deal.
So just turning it into basically a lobbying entity for the White House.
These are just some little elements of color.
How bad is the political use of the intelligence community in the last few years, Joe?
Under the Democrats, it has been appalling.
They have, they dived in, in an effort to change the institution, to make it more responsive to political demands, and they have succeeded.
And it is a tragedy, because it strips and denudes the organization of the neutrality that it needs to be believed.
To have credibility.
And that's what's exactly happened to them is happening to the FBI.
These major law enforcement national security agencies are being stripped of their credibility through abuse and no one inside is fighting it.
And Victoria, this isn't just about the Mike Flynn's of the world.
This could be any American.
If we look at January 6, it is any American.
Oh, yeah.
If they can go after Michael Flynn, they can come after all of us.
Trust me, I certainly know.
Right.
But here's the problem.
It's not just the people have to trust the CIA.
The president has to trust the CIA.
And Trump did not, because Comey came in and said, guess what?
We found out.
Here's what the intelligence agencies are telling me about you.
And Trump knew it was false.
You know, the P-tape in Russia and all that.
The Steele dossier and all of that.
So right off from the get-go, Trump did not trust the intelligence agency.
And that's when Schumer made his statement.
And it's really important for people to realize how disastrous what Comey did in conjunction with the people in the intelligence community to stop.
to set out to destroy a presidency because they hated the man.
They didn't like him.
How subversive that was.
I mean, that was indeed a type of totalitarian subversion that never should have occurred.
It was straight out of Moscow what Comey did.
And that was the beginning.
Actually, it had been happening before that.
That was the culmination of a coup d'etat against the President of the United States.
Schumer actually thought he knew what he was talking about, but he had no idea how bad it really was.
Let me illustrate, let me share with listeners who haven't heard My interaction with the coup plotters.
So at the beginning of the administration, I was given a specific task to do with the Middle East.
I needed some support.
I was a deputy assistant, but you can't do everything by yourself.
And it's very usual for the White House to second People from other agencies to the EEOB to the Eisenhower executive office building for a year or two to assist them on a specific job.
I had trained numerous people in grad schools, you know, across the agencies.
So I had three at the FBI, one at the CIA who I requested by name.
I put through the White House HR Department, a request for John Smith at Langley and for Jane Doe at the Hoover Building to be seconded to the White House, which is a very standard procedure.
Should take a week, maybe two at tops.
All that has to be really done is for the clearances to be moved from their agency to the White House Security Office.
After six months of delays, of lies, of HR telling me, oh, next week, Dr. Goldberg, they're coming next week, a senior FBI agent who was coming to the White House on other business looked me up and privately said behind closed doors, Sebastian, I need you to know you're never, ever going to get those secondees because the seventh floor of the Hoover building, which is the leadership of the FBI, And this is a direct quote.
Looks at this White House as the enemy.
That's the point at which, you know, the Deep State isn't a fiction, isn't some fabulous novella.
It is real and it is still in place across our agencies.
We're talking to Joe DeGeneva, Victoria Tunsing.
Follow them on Twitter at VicTunsing.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is One on One.
The End
Thank you.
Okay, let's talk about the latest.
iteration of the targeting of conservatives by law enforcement.
We have the January 6 Commission.
We have the narrative of an insurrection occurring.
The only people who died were protesters, a woman shot by a police officer, another woman who, according to Julie Kelly, soon we will have the evidence, was beaten to death by Or crushed.
Crushed in the crowd.
Crushed or beaten in one of the tunnels underneath the Capitol.
That story's about to erupt.
And then we have hundreds of people who have been tracked down, geolocated thanks to Verizon, AT&T, accused of misdemeanors like trespass and then put in solitary.
Can you talk to us, Joan Victoria, On the latest developments, the subpoenas against people like my former colleague Steve Bannon and others, and the approach of Mark Meadows, because he's taking an interesting tack, isn't he, with his response to the commission's subpoena.
Well, Mark Meadows was originally cooperating with his lawyer, but then they began to raise issues of executive privilege, and the committee said they wouldn't recognize those, and they said they were going to, then Mark suspended his cooperation, and then they said they were going to have a vote and refer Mark for criminal contempt prosecution.
Which the Garland Justice Department will no doubt put into play because they are politically completely politically motivated at the Justice Department now under Garland.
I'm very very very sad to say so wisely Meadow has filed a lawsuit in United States District Court challenging The legality of the subpoenas, claiming they are overbroad, that they do not really constitute the legitimate means that Congress has at its disposal.
But he has another issue, and that to me is the more important one, because I don't know that the courts are going to get involved in whether the subpoenas are overbroad.
That's a little, you know, for courts to interfere between the branches.
But he's challenging the legitimacy of the committee.
So he's suing?
He's filed a civil lawsuit in the United States District Court.
Stopped the subpoena, but one of the issues is this is not a valid committee because Nancy Pelosi, the first time in the history of the country, rejected the people that... The GOP recommendation.
Yes, that Kevin wanted to put on and said I'm putting my own people on, which is Lynne Cheney and what's his name?
Kissinger.
Kissinger.
Two, we hate Trump the most of anybody in the world, people.
And so it's not a legitimate, in my eyes, it's not a legitimate committee.
They would have been smarter to have said, OK, we'll take our four Democrats and you have your three Republicans.
And then the four Democrats could have voted to subpoena and you wouldn't have the issue of it's an illegitimate committee.
Can you put this into context with, for example, the left's darling of Watergate?
Talk about how overreaching.
We're talking about the Chief of Staff of the President of the United States.
And they want chapter and verses communications.
Have we ever seen anything this outrageous before?
No, because this is so different from Watergate where there was evidence, there were tapes with Nixon's conversations.
There's nothing like that about Trump.
There's no direct testimony about him doing anything wrong, planning anything, being involved in anything illegal.
So what the committee is doing is This is a political activity.
This is a strategy to create campaign material for the Democratic Party for the 2022 election.
A fishing expedition.
A fishing expedition.
And that's exactly what Victoria is alluding to.
I think actually they have a very good chance.
Of getting some limitations placed on the committee, because even the cases back in the 1950s for contempt against the communists, the Supreme Court went out of its way to say that Congress's power in this area is not unfettered.
There are limitations.
You just can't investigate private citizens, and that's what they're doing here in essence.
But they are doing it even worse, because I had my telephone records taken by Adam Schiff.
Under what justification?
Nothing.
He doesn't have to.
And I talked to some Republican members of Congress, and they can't remember when it was ever done.
John Solomon had his.
Well, and Devin Nunes.
Devin Nunes.
Devin Nunes.
They took our phone records.
And Kash Patel.
If the Justice Department does it, it has to go through a judge, and the judge has to determine, they have to establish probable cause.
For a reason.
This is just a request to the companies, and the company's giving it up?
Yeah, we want the phone.
With an instruction that they are not to notify the telephone customer.
Yeah.
No reason, and then they can publish it, which the Justice Department can't do when they get it by grand jury.
You've mentioned some of the other people who've been subpoenaed.
I don't want to make this risible or oversimplified, but at the end of the day, I mean, Is Nancy really that smart?
Because when you subpoena the likes of Steve Bannon, who's got a huge following, when you subpoena Kash Patel, a former national security prosecutor, chief investigator for Devin Nunes, former chief of staff of the Pentagon, isn't there a danger of blowback for Nancy, Joe?
Well, I think she's pretty much over, no matter what.
And I don't think she cares.
I think she's lost control of this process.
She can't tell Benny Thompson what to do.
I mean, they're loony.
Those people are crazy.
So who's in charge?
Well, it's very difficult to tell.
I'm told that Adam Schiff is in charge.
Probably.
But he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, either.
I mean, he's the biggest liar in Congress.
I was told by a reporter that he's in charge.
He's conniving.
And when you're evil and conniving like that, and you have power, unfettered power of subpoena, and you can investigate, and you have people supporting you in your caucus 100%, with no objections, you can do anything you want.
And he's a madman, though.
I mean, when you watch him lie, On television.
And he knows he's lying.
And he does it.
You know that that is a very sick man.
He's a very, very sick man.
But there's a psychopathology.
Oh, my goodness.
Absolutely.
Sociopathy.
I want to tell one story about it because it just shows how screwed up they are.
Go ahead.
Where they went after Bernie Kerrick.
Another person you shouldn't try it with, but go ahead.
Yeah, and said, you know, you were at a meeting January 5th and it was in Bob Woodward's book on page 240.
You were at the Willard Hotel.
Unfortunately, he was in New York that day.
And we have the Toll Pass transponder data to prove that I wasn't here.
And he wasn't in the book.
He wasn't even in the book.
So somebody just totally fabricated a reference that could be demonstrated to be completely fallacious within a matter of minutes.
And Meadows can use that in his lawsuit about the sloppiness, the unprofessionalism, the illegality, the unconstitutional behavior of the committee.
And I think his lawsuit has some legs to it.
Yeah.
It's wanton.
It's out of control.
But it is potentially very, very dangerous.
Frightening.
It's frightening.
This Justice Department is out of control.
We're talking to Victoria Tunsing and Joe DiGenova.

Okay, let us ask the big questions.
The End of the World.
Help them understand the threat of jihadi terrorism.
And I was very proud of all the work I did traveling the country, going from RA to RA, field office to field office.
Now, if the FBI knocked on my door, I'd say, talk to my lawyers.
I don't wear those pins I was given at various field offices anymore.
My coin collection of FBI coins is, you know, in a dusty drawer somewhere.
Can you give us Your reckoning of the state of the Bureau and the DOJ today and is it salvageable, Joe?
I think that the decay started under Comey and it has continued.
There has been no ability to apologize to the American people and to its victims.
People have to remember this, though.
The FBI does not act on its own.
It acts at the direction of the Department of Justice.
They did that under Obama.
They subverted the Justice Department under Trump and worked with Democrats in the Justice Department divisions to subvert the attorney generals at the time, and it has continued under Merrick Garland.
So there is unlikely to be any change in the behavior of the FBI.
And the best example is what they've done to all the recent search warrants which have been issued for conservative organizations and people, which are completely unjustified.
I mean, it sounds like you're crazy when you say that.
But these raids which have been conducted using search warrants instead of subpoenas, especially on news organizations.
And lawyers.
And lawyers.
It's just absolutely outrageous.
But the FBI doesn't do that on their own.
They do that at the instruction of the Department of Justice.
Project Veritas.
I mean, that was despicable.
So Victoria, is it time for dismantling and rebuilding?
Well, there has to be new leadership at the top, Chris.
But is that enough?
Is that enough?
Yes, it can be.
If you have the right Attorney General and the right FBI Director, you can actually change an institution.
Now, I do believe that there are people inside the FBI that want to do the right thing.
But there are no whistleblowers.
We've had one in five years.
It's amazing that we haven't had any more.
And when you look at the way Comey and Baker and Strzok and McCabe and Prizestepp and all of those people ran the Bureau, it was a fear organization.
Everything from the seventh floor, where the FBI headquarters is on the seventh floor, that's where the director is and all those people that I mentioned.
They ran that place like the worst law enforcement agency in the world with power over people.
But see, I think there's a whole middle ground.
I think there are agents that are really, really good and honest, and there are really, really bad, and there are those in between that are just kind of weak, and they'll go along with whatever the tone is now.
But here's one example.
When George Papadopoulos was stopped at Dulles Airport, they were looking for $10,000, which they had had an Israeli person plant on him, and he didn't bring it.
And when they didn't have it... Because his lawyer told him not to.
No, it was his smart fiancee, now his wife.
He left the money with his lawyer.
He left the money in Greece.
And they couldn't find anything and they're searching everything and they say, according to George who's standing there, hey, we can't find it.
What can we get him on?
We'll go back.
Why didn't all those agents walk off and say this and that?
No, I mean, this is the trouble I have for the last five years with the Bureau.
And yes, there are good people, sure.
I mean, there's more than 30,000 of them.
But at the end of the day, I don't like Roger Stone.
He's a media prostitute and a bloviator, and he says bad things about good people.
I know this for a fact.
But he's in his, what, 60s or 70s?
His wife is half deaf.
If I'm the federal agent who is told, you are going to rouse this guy in his pajamas at 6am in your full body armor with a loaded M4, you're going to have Waterborne agents in rafts behind his house in the canal and helicopters above.
I hope, if I were that agent, I would say, Mr. Superior Special Agent, here's my badge and my stinking gun.
I'm not actually going to serve that warrant.
That hasn't happened.
We've had one, one whistleblower in five years out of tens of thousands, and that's for me.
That's why I can't take it.
See, that's a Roger Stone is a very, very good example of the abuse of the enforcement process because that was absolutely outrageous, unnecessary.
It violated every standard of the Justice Department.
It was permitted by Christopher Wray.
Now, here's the question.
Why has he never been questioned about that on Capitol Hill during oversight hearings?
Why did you allow that?
What were the reasons?
What was going to be destroyed?
There was no evidence there to be collected.
Or Project Veritas, this is really, I mean, with me, like, the President's daughter's diary?
How can, why aren't there editorials all over this country about the, what?
Federal interest is there.
The Bureau is allowing itself to be used by the Justice Department and U.S.
Attorney's offices in a way that is destroying the Bureau and the people's confidence in the Bureau.
We'll talk about the top of the DOJ in a moment.

Dear friends, thank you.
You have already raised 60% of the target of our Angel Tree campaign.
This is Chuck Colson's amazing initiative whereby we get Christmas presents to the young girls and boys across America who have a parent incarcerated this Christmas.
More than a million children have a mother or father behind bars.
You can make them feel less vulnerable, a little bit more loved.
$25 gets a Christmas present to them on behalf of their incarcerated parent.
A message of love and the gospel.
Will you make a difference?
Sadly, more than 70% of these children will end up in prison themselves.
Let's try and break this cycle and make them feel loved.
As our Lord and Savior told us, come unto me The Little Children.
This is one of the most blessed things you can do this Christmas.
If you've weathered COVID well, please give as much as you can.
Go to my website, sebgorka.com, and click on the Angel Tree banner at the very top, or call the Prison Fellowship on 888-206-2794.

So, you mentioned, why haven't the DOJ leadership, the FBI director, been asked the tough questions on Capitol Hill?
Well, it's down to who the GOP is and what the GOP establishment is.
And also, who the fake conservatives are.
And I have to play this cut.
I played it on my show yesterday.
This is the latest from the psychopath who is Lyn Wood.
I think that it was a planned attack by what I would describe as the deep state.
I look back at it now and I candidly believe that I was entangled in a psychological operation.
I look at the people that have come out and attacked me, the commentators and the media.
Tucker Carlson, Dan Bongino, this guy with the fake accent, Sebastian Gorka.
The guy that runs Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk.
Not one of those people ever picked up the phone and tried to reach me to get my side of the story.
They're all in it together.
If you want to start identifying Deep State members of the media, start looking at the people, including Sean Hannity, that set this up to attack Lamb Wood.
Whether General Flynn, Joe Flynn, Marjorie Taylor Greene, And others were involved.
I have my own personal opinion on it.
I have severed my relationship with General Flynn and his brother Joe.
I think I was played.
You should have heard the laughters here when he said, the guy with the fake accent, unlike you, a registered Democrat all your life who now is a big MAGA patriot, Lin Wood, you're a hack.
But seriously guys, isn't the bigger problem the malefactors who say they're on our side but who aren't?
Well, listening to that is really quite bizarre.
You didn't know I was a member of the Deep State along with Mike Flynn?
Come on, Joe!
But I don't need his side of the story because I heard him tell Georgians, stay home, this election is criminal.
I didn't need any more than that.
That's right.
He helped create the monstrous situation we're in as a result of helping to lose two Senate seats in Georgia.
So, when it comes to, you know, you ask, why isn't Ray asked?
Why isn't, you know, the AG dealt with?
Well, let me throw it back.
Why is it only, you know, Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Louie Gohmert and Paul Gosar who take the time to go to the prison in DC?
Yes, I think it's a very serious problem and here's what's a danger for the Republicans, notwithstanding the feeling that they're going to win in 2022.
Isn't one of our biggest issues the lack of fortitude amongst those who say they're conservatives?
Yes, I think it's a very serious problem.
And here's what's a danger for the Republicans, notwithstanding the feeling that they're going to win in 2022.
If they're not careful and they back away and they don't continue to engage forcefully.
People will not be motivated to vote and we will repeat what happened in Georgia in 2020.
It is a very serious problem and I'm very fearful, especially in the House, where I think McCarthy just is not a strong, powerful leader.
That they may make mistakes, which will undercut their own ability to make the numbers huge in the House.
70 seats would be a spectacular rebuke of the Democratic Party.
So we have promises from Jim Jordan.
He says, I'm not going to be speaker, but I want to be chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
I want to subpoena people.
I want to get tough.
We've got others who aren't in leadership positions who are saying the same, like MTG.
If you were back on the Hill, if you were advising the Senate Intelligence Committee under the Republicans, what would the next four years look like, or the next six years?
What is the metric, Victoria, of seriousness?
Well, the first thing I would recommend at the House is that they impeach Joe Biden and Kamala.
Because they've got... More than enough!
Yeah, more than enough bases.
I mean, a phone call, Trump's... Because here's my analogy.
The independent counter law was just fine as long as it was being used against Republicans.
And not until the Democrats' experience did they say, oh, well, maybe we're just not going to renew that.
Until they feel what the Republicans have felt, they have to be subjected to what has happened to Republicans.
And so Republicans have to learn how to spell and say subpoena.
Right.
And the whole time I would say that to Mark Meadows when he was on the Hill.
Can't you spell subpoenas?
And he'd say, talk to Paul and talk to Trey Gowdy.
Talk to Paul Ryan and Trey Gowdy.
They were the ones that were preventing subpoenas.
I'm leery of asking this, having known your background as a special counsel.
For me, you were one of the few honorable ones.
You did your job, you shut it down, you said no nothing here.
And apologized.
Isn't the special counsel a dangerous thing to have in our system?
Yes it is and that's why it's very important for there to be regular order in the Justice Department and the FBI so we don't have to turn to special counsels.
The reason we've turned to special counsels is that we have known as the body politic that the DOJ and the FBI have become politically corrupt.
We can't have that in a country this size.
Our law enforcement function is too important to be suspect and it is now suspect.
One of the most... I saw this in my time in the White House after eight years of Obama.
It was clear we have problems everywhere.
State, CIA, you name it.
But perhaps the most corrupt institution of all was the DOJ from the very top down.
We're talking one-on-one with your favourites, Victoria Tunsing, Joe DiGenova.
Follow them on Twitter at Vic Tunsing.
The End
It's going to be only America first.
America first.
And I'll see you next time.
I'll see you next time.
other actions we need to take.
I have to ask this very blunt question.
Do you trust the Supreme Court?
I do.
I do.
Maybe it's because I'm a lawyer and I revere the court as an institution.
I got so upset with John Roberts when he capitulated to the pressure of Obama and reversed his position on the constitutionality of Obamacare.
That I began to think that he, and in fact it's pretty clear he had succumbed to the public pressure not to have it declared unconstitutional, that I began to lose faith.
But Trump, when he put his three nominees on, and stood by them, and especially stood by Brett Kavanaugh, he said, I'll never forget it when he told Kavanaugh, you either go up there and defend yourself, or I'm withdrawing your nomination.
And the next day, Kavanaugh went up and gave that famous presentation, which Durbin mocked, but that got him confirmed.
Correct.
That got him confirmed.
Now, I think the court with the three additions has a chance.
But what about after November, when that punting of the Texas case oh we're not going to listen because i think that was a terrible mistake that was roberts and i and i think and i think you know as far as i'm concerned sam alito had it right
he knew what was going on but they didn't have the votes and i think they were trying to avoid something but maybe they've gotten their their strength back as a result of seeing so many attacks on them from the democrats that they realize that if they succumb this time and they were in the roe versus wade case in the dodd case yes if they succumb this time and they back off then they really are dead politically and that will cause a groundswell from their own side against them uh
But it's looking good, isn't it?
I mean... Who knows?
I think the oral argument was very good because it demonstrated that the court now understands that Roe was wrong.
Right.
Well, and also the paucity of their arguments.
I mean that... Well, all you had to do was listen to Sotomayor.
Some of the dumbest questions... Unbelievable!
Oh, dead people, tWitch.
Dead people, tWitch.
I mean, I just couldn't... I have never heard such insulting questions from a Supreme Court Justice.
She used the phrase, dead brain.
I mean, she's Supreme Court and she uses the phrase dead brain.
Well, I think that tells a lot.
And then she worried about the politics of how they decided.
Excuse me.
All right.
