Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Did you hear what President Trump called Mark Milley?
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
I mean, the end of the pandemic is a political decision, not an epidemiological decision.
That's a basic fact.
The end of the pandemic comes when we decide that the pandemic is done.
And the way to think about this, Steve, is that we have now good treatments like monoclonal antibodies.
So if you get sick, go get early treatment.
Stop the panic.
Stop counting cases.
We have no technology to stop the cases from coming.
What we have technology is to protect you if you actually do get sick.
Stop the panic.
What a great way to start the week.
That is, of course, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya of Stanford University with another person with a funny accent called Steve Hilton from Fox News who has the Revolution Show.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
The end of the pandemic is not a decision for Dr. Fauci.
It is a political decision.
But of course, when you have Profited from fear-mongering for nigh on 11 months.
In fact, before you took the reins of control.
Why?
Because your partners in crime across the legacy media and social media were interested in making sure that the incumbent President Trump was weakened by your narrative.
Well, You're just going to continue.
It's time for us to resist.
If you can't control your bodies, if you don't have sovereignty over your body, you have nothing.
If this state can use a pandemic as an excuse to take control over your bodily sovereignty, nothing is sacred.
Nothing is sacrosanct.
We have an amazing show for you today.
We're going to talk Hunter Biden, The Laptops from Hell, with the woman who has written the book.
Yes, it is out already.
It is called The Laptop from Hell.
She is the New York Post's Miranda Devine.
We're going to be devoting a lot of time to the latest, latest revelations from The Laptop this week on America First.
We're going to have an update on the border from Todd Bensman in studio, and none other than CBP Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan will be with us, and then John Solomon of Just the News, as well as your calls on 833-33-GORKUP.
That's 833-334-6752.
Did you know what happened at the weekend?
Something called the Patriot Front Organization had an event at the Lincoln Memorial.
Never heard of them, which is weird because I'm a conservative.
I think I'm a little bit part of the MAGA, America First Movement.
Somebody should have a radio show with that name.
And I've never heard of them.
But they marched in their masks.
In their khaki pants.
With their fake little plastic PVC shields.
It's really weird.
Why would people who are MAGA, these are supposed to be the white nationalist scourge of America, why would they be wearing COVID diapers on their faces?
Huh, that's a little strange.
Who are these people?
Well, one of their organizers was caught on film prepping the team for their event the weekend.
And we have that exclusive video.
Play cuts.
Eric, cut six.
OK, everyone, can I have your attention, please?
Quiet coyotes.
I think we're all ready.
We're all ready for the big event.
So it's going to be it's going to be navy blue tops and khaki bottoms.
If you if you're wearing jeans, don't bother showing up because if we don't match.
It's not gonna be scary.
If I see a bunch of people wearing khakis, then it's scary.
But if it's a bunch of people wearing khakis and Fred wearing jeans, they're not gonna be scared.
Furthermore, I saw the cutest little clear serving platters.
They're like big clear plates at the Dollar Tree.
And I went ahead and picked a bunch of those up and I taped a little handle on the back.
So we'll all have the cutest little shields.
Oh, God, what else?
Um... Oh, oh, oh, oh!
Heath, if you could bring that drum that you bought for your son, and if you could just hit it at random moments... I don't know who that is.
His name is Vinnie Thomas.
I checked out his account.
He's a comedian, clearly a conservative, and I love it.
I absolutely love it.
Okay, guys, let's analyze this.
Let's bring in the whole team.
By the way, let's start with the nature of that post.
Mr. G, are you there?
I am here.
Why don't we have stuff like that every single day?
Why don't we have conservatives mocking the crazies like this guy I've never heard of?
Well, pretty soon that's going to happen, because if you want to be a comedian, this is the only people that will accept you.
That's the only funny thing that you can do.
Pretty good, no?
No, I like that.
That was a good one.
Guys!
What do you think, John?
I think, you know, if you think about the movement, the MAGA movement, and you look at people who are marching around with little PVC and dentures on their face.
And everybody in the same khakis, in the same baseball hat.
You think we're worried about matching, except for the red hats?
Get out of here.
Yeah, I think this is the Lincoln Project's next exercise.
Eric, your comments, A, on first, the phenomena at the Lincoln Memorial this weekend.
What's your take?
I'll admit, I have not heard of this organization either.
I saw some friends posting about it.
If Eric hasn't heard about it, it does not exist.
I'm sorry.
It really is.
It is awfully convenient.
I mean, remember a while ago there was that protest in DC for justice for January 6th prisoners organized by another group no one had heard of.
Everyone was reposting pictures of the guys who look very suspicious in the same tacks.
The feds in their tight little shorts and their knee socks all looking exactly the same with the same Oakley sunglasses and these were supposed to be the quote-unquote patriot insurgents.
How do you do fellow Trump supporters?
As they're talking into that little mic in their sleeve, yes.
What about the cultural quality of that humor?
Why don't we see more of that, Eric?
That's a good question.
I mean, it takes a lot to pull off, but it has been said, of course, laughter is one of the best tools.
Ridicule is one of the best tools.
This is one reason Trump was so great in 2016.
The names he came up with so quick, you know, Sleepy Jeb and all these other things, like, I think it was Sloppy Jeb, I think, and, like, all the nicknames he came up with for them.
It was just so quick, it was so funny, and they had no responses whatsoever to him, and that's why he won.
Come on guys, get serious.
We need more comedians like Vinnie Thomas.
Speaking of President Trump, we got to see him this weekend.
Saturday was the Turning Point USA gala at Mar-a-Lago.
And I was wondering whether we'd see my old boss and about an hour into the reception at that incredible place, 180 bedrooms.
That was the post-heiress's estate before President Trump turned it into an amazing club.
He came down and he dressed all 800 of us.
I recorded all of it on my phone.
We'll be sharing parts of it because it was a rare extemporaneous performance from the president.
We'll be sharing bits of it in the coming days.
But here is the thing I immediately tweeted out as soon as I heard him say it at the beginning of his comments.
He had something to say about the man who is still the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, the highest ranking military officer in the United States, who has admitted to going around the chain of command and telling his compatriot in the Chinese Communist Army that, you know, if President who has admitted to going around the chain of command and telling his compatriot in the Chinese Communist Army that, you know, if President
I'll give you a heads up because, you know, that's what chairmen of the Joint Chiefs in the US military is supposed to do to the communist enemy that is the People's Liberation Army.
This is what President Trump had to say about Mark Milley.
Cut 10.
You have 60, 70 million dollar plans.
You mean you think it's cheaper to leave it there so they can have it than it is to fill it up with a half a tank of gas and fly it into Pakistan or fly it back to our country?
Yes, sir.
I think it's super, sir.
That's when I realized he was a f***ing idiot.
Are you showering?
Are you showering?
He didn't hold any punches.
He called the media crooked bastards.
He called Mark Milley...
A beeping idiot.
Why?
Because Mark Milley told him it's cheaper to leave 83 billion dollars worth of equipment in Afghanistan for our enemies like the Taliban, ISIS and Al-Qaeda to use against us.
That's the depth of corruption.
That's the breadth of corruption in the swamp.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, more from President Trump and our special guests here on America First.
Don't forget, if you get to miss any part of the show, Well, there is a way to make sure that you can catch up.
It's the podcast, America First, wherever you get your podcasts.
Look for my name, Sebastian Gawker.
Don't forget our video stream where we post all of our interviews, all the monologues, all the analysis, rumble.com slash Seb Gawker.
That's rumble.com slash Seb Gawker.
And of course, on all the usual social media platforms, this is America First.
Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
The End That's right.
Max back on.
Oh, that could be right.
Correct.
Here at the end of A, Israel now.
Yep.
Good.
Okay.
Excellent.
Okay.
I was trying to remember what the nickname for Jeb was.
Oh, yeah.
Little Marco.
Lion Ted, Little Marco.
Oh, man.
They were so good.
So good.
Sleepy Joe is who I was thinking of.
Sleepy?
Sleepy Joe.
Jeb Bush, also known as the guacamole merchant.
- I'm not a version.
Okay.
I'll dial him up at, say, two minutes out, give or take. - I feel bad for anyone who never watched one of his rallies.
They're so funny.
I've got to go to one at some point.
Will you play me cut five?
Cut five.
I'm never locking down.
I'm never forcing people to be vaccinated, any of that type.
And it's not a political thing.
This is the way it should be.
This is a free country.
It's like what I was just telling you about COVID.
So if you get COVID and you have a certain amount of people that are telling you that they did this system, the monoclonal antibodies and the ivermectin, and it worked for them, and they were 100% healthy, and I tested negative in five days, Why wouldn't you try it?
Because here's the alternative.
If you call a regular doctor, he says, isolate yourself by yourself away from everybody else for ten days, and if you start to get so sick that you're dying, go to the hospital.
What?!
Okay, Mr. Morgan, can you hear us?
Loud and clear.
Oh, Skype, sorry.
Channel one.
Okay, we have your picture, it looks good.
Let me zoom in a little bit on Seb there.
We are live on Rumble as you- Rob!
Sir, how are you?
Good, good, good, good.
So, MPP, November figures, and Sanctuary Nations, right?
Yeah, that'd be great.
Or you could even mix it up.
You could talk about the new travel restrictions with Omnicon and how they're not applying it to the southwest border.
Let's start with the November figures.
Okay.
Good.
70 seconds and we're live.
Yep.
Looks good.
Excellent.
Can you play Cut 8?
Cut 8.
It's not about the fact that we are anti-police.
It is about the fact that we do not allow weapons in our restaurant.
We were uncomfortable and so we politely asked them to leave.
It has nothing to do with the fact that they were officers and everything to do with the fact that they were carrying guns.
Wow.
Can you come in with that?
Come in with cut 8, after the liner.
Yep.
Alright, 30 seconds.
Coming in with cut eight and 20 seconds.
Stand by.
Thank you.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Prison Fellowship.
It's not about the fact that we are anti-police.
It is about the fact that we do not allow weapons in our restaurant.
We were uncomfortable, and so we politely asked them to leave.
It has nothing to do with the fact that they were officers, and everything to do with the fact that they were carrying guns.
Incredible.
That is the owner of a restaurant in San Francisco.
Hilda and Jesse is the name of the establishment that I think patriots and people who believe in fighting crime should not patronize.
Her name is Rachel Silcox.
And she said, nope, can't serve officers because they're wearing guns.
I wonder if she has the same view if she's being attacked, assaulted or burglarized, whether the officers who are there to protect her and chase down those villains should be unarmed as well.
Sheer, utter insanity.
My friends, we have new dates.
Yes, the China virus made us suspend our trip to the Holy Land this year, but we are going.
We have the dates November 30th to December 9th, 2022.
Have you reserved your tickets?
We're going with Dinesh D'Souza for the trip of a lifetime to walk where our Lord and Savior walked, to the Temple Mount, to the Sea of Galilee.
To the Wailing Wall, Jerusalem, places you may only have read about.
We're going to actually be there.
And if you haven't been, you gotta come.
Even if you've been to Israel, you haven't been with me and Dinesh.
Reserve your tickets today.

Don't miss it.
First guest of the day.
We are delighted.
It's been far too long.
Former Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, Mark Morgan, currently with the Heritage Foundation.
Welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me again, Sebastian.
Honestly, you should be on the show every single day because they're trying to hide the truth of what's happening on the border.
Will you tell us, give us an update?
We're almost at Christmas.
What are the figures for the insanity, the chaos on the border for last month, Mark?
Yeah, so what I'm hearing right now, Sebastian, is we're yet another month of a little over 160,000 apprehensions.
But here's what this administration and the Open Border Advocates are going to try to spin it.
Two months in a row where we've seen a decrease in apprehensions.
A decrease from the highest numbers we've seen in our lifetime.
160,000 is still 20 years high.
And, Sebastian, here's one of the key elements where they're not telling you.
The number that they will not tell you about is the number of gotaways.
My sources are telling me in November, over 50,000 gotaways.
So it's not that the numbers have decreased, it's just that it means that many more illegal aliens have actually broken into our country and invaded apprehension because their border patrol agents are pulled off their national security mission.
Give us a sense of the absurdity given the fact that just a few days ago the Biden administration has demanded, mandated vaccines, proofs of vaccines for truck drivers crossing into America delivering goods to US customers.
I presume that is the case for illegal aliens, correct?
Yeah, exactly.
The hypocrisy.
And I think this is where America gets frustrated, Sebastian.
I think it's justified.
It's that it starts becoming less about science and more about politics when you apply and implement your policy inconsistent and in a way that absolutely is nonsensical.
Look, they just added new travel restrictions.
By the way, then-candidate Biden referred to the same travel restrictions that we instituted as disgraceful.
Now somehow they're okay.
But look, he's restricting people who want to come here from certain countries legally.
He's requiring that you get a test to come here legally, but yet if you want to break into our country illegally on the southwest border, there's no testing requirement, there's no vaccine mandate, and he's flying you to every state in this country once they release you into the interior of the United States.
It's just filled with hypocrisy.
It's nonsensical.
What is the significance of that federal court saying that the stay in Mexico policy has to be reinstated?
So if you're applying for asylum here, you have to go back to Mexico and stay there.
Is this significant or will this administration, Mark, just find another dodge, another way around it like they have with the unconstitutional vaccine mandates for U.S.
citizens?
Look, I look at their past performance.
I look at currently what they're doing.
First of all, Sebastian, you categorize it correctly.
We have to put context to this.
The only reason why they're reinstituting the Romania-Mexico program is because the courts ordered them to do it.
So while at the same time they're telling courts, we're abiding by your mandate, they're actually still in the process of trying to end the program right as we speak.
Look, it's taken the political appointees who are really calling the shots here.
It's already taken them months and months to even get to this point.
It shouldn't have been.
They should have stepped out of the way.
Their careers would have taken a page out of the Trump Remain in Mexico playbook, and they would have instituted this months ago.
So I'm a healthy skeptic right now.
They're saying they're going to institute it in strategic locations.
Again, my sources are telling me they're only going to start applying to maybe 100 or so illegal aliens.
If they continue to do that and slow roll it, it's not going to have the difference.
It's about not just the program, but how well you implement it across that's going to send the message and really stem the flow of illegal immigration.
Is this right now the only option left to those?
Because, you know, your colleagues, your subordinates have basically become, you know, greeting committees for illegal aliens.
Is the only way to stem this incredible invasion, to stop it or staunch it, through the courts?
Is that the best we have, Mark?
Right now, because this administration, look, there's two ways.
And Sebastian, you and I have talked about this.
Let's go back.
I don't put this on all of the Democrats.
Look, when President Trump, the first two years, he had the House and the Senate.
The Republicans failed for two years to pass any meaningful legislation to address, to secure our borders and address illegal immigration.
Had they done so, we would not be in the position we are right now with the DHS Secretary basically creating new law through DHS policy and President Biden opening the borders through executive orders.
But that's where we're at right now, and they've continued to double down on their open border policies.
So, look, what we have right now, 2022 matters, but we can't wait for that.
That's why it's so important that states step up, like Florida, like the state of Texas.
They're doing some incredible jobs, both on the litigation and legislation standpoint, but they're also doing it from an enforcement standpoint.
Texas' Operation Lone Star has absolutely helped to secure our border and starting to make an impact.
But there still needs more, more needs to be done.
Can you explain concretely, because a lot of people phone in and say, hang on, why aren't governors doing more?
What is it?
Given the federal mandates and the relationship between state powers, what can states concretely do, Mark, to help your former colleagues stop the invasion?
Yeah, and I think that's the question I get to ask a lot of times.
Let me start by answering the other part.
What can't they do?
What they can't do is enforce federal immigration law.
That's a significant limitation to what states could do.
And ultimately, the biggest limitation is that states are unable to actually physically remove illegal aliens who have violated federal immigration law.
That's always going to be a limitation.
But what they can do, for example, what the state of Texas is doing, they've declared a state of emergency that are actually applying consequences to single adults who they apprehend For trespassing, if they mess with infrastructure, they're adding an additional criminal mischief charge.
When they're actually applying consequences, they're finding criminal charges and actually putting them in jail for a period of time.
The challenge is that, look, it's not being applied to unaccompanied minors and families.
They're still being returned to Border Patrol, and Border Patrol then is being forced to do what this administration is telling them to do, and that's release them.
But look, let me give, if I can, real quick, Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
We've got you for one more segment.
We don't want to miss it.
Super important stuff.
Mark Morgan with the Heritage Foundation.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Don't touch that dial.
Don't touch that dial.
What are the snapshots, Mark, that you want to tee up?
So, Say again?
What are the little examples you wanted to mention?
Yeah, so Operation Lone Star, they're doing an incredible job as far as Okay, I'll tee that up, then we'll talk about the Sanctuary States.
Perfect.
Okay, great.
Hey, I like your new graphic.
Thank you, thank you.
Yeah, we're getting a lot more stuff.
B-Roll, we're moving into a TV studio next year, so everything is going to change, but we've got to get you in here.
We've got to get you in here for a longer chat.
Absolutely.
Um, okay.
I'd like to see one, uh, artist rendering of your face.
Uh-huh.
Which shows like half your face and it's got, that's a good graphic.
I did that.
I made that.
Really?
Yeah, with an app.
Yeah, yeah.
Can you play Cut 9 for me?
Can I just hear that?
Cut 9.
The former convict says he felt safer during his life of crime after his Oakland cannabis dispensary was ransacked last month.
Listen to this.
I was safer selling weed on the streets of Oakland than I am selling it legally, and that's a problem.
That's crazy to even say, but that's just the reality I'm living in right now.
That's unreal.
Wow.
Honk, honk, my world continues rolling on.
Jeff, this is a 20 minute video of the president.
Can I airdrop it to you?
Yeah.
Let me try it.
You should be able to, yeah.
Airdrop it.
I think that's the easiest way I'm going to do that.
Yeah, email would be asking a little bit much.
Yeah, let's find it.
What do you want me to do with it?
I'm gonna give you timestamps and let's make like three or four cuts.
And if the video is too jerky, we can just make it audio and you can use a, let's make a buffer, a still buffer from him at Mar-a-Lago.
And potentially maybe post the whole video, like, as its own thing.
I'd like to post the whole audio, because I was holding it like this for 20 minutes.
It's all over the place.
Right, yeah.
So... That's an impressive feat.
I'm going to.
Yeah.
What?
That's impressive.
I couldn't hold a video for that long, just because, like, I mean, I'm the kind of guy who I generally don't like recording long speeches and things like that.
I mean, sometimes you have to, but, like, when I was at his 4th of July rally, for example, two years ago, I just enjoyed the moment.
Yeah, but, you know, how many people?
There's only 800 of us, you know.
Right.
Yeah, not everything.
So it was a unique...
A unique thing.
All right, hang on.
Where is it?
I've got it here.
Here we go.
Here we go.
go here we go is this it yeah this is it Okay.
So, share it.
I can see Eric, I can't see you, Jeff.
So, airdrop.
I see John.
I'll share it with John first, so you've got it, John.
John, are you seeing it, John?
Is it coming up on your phone?
No, I don't know why.
You wanna come in with anything, or no?
No, no, I've gotta do merch here.
Okay.
Coming in in 20 seconds.
Is your, um, everything on?
Yeah, it's okay.
Yeah, it's okay. it's okay.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
Welcome back, dear friends.
I can't believe how quickly Christmas will be upon us.

But we have the I'm a MAGA Man mugs, I'm a MAGA Gal mugs, the Made in America Turvis Stay Frosty tumblers, all of my books as well, from Defeating Jihad to The War with America, everything made here in the United States.
And of course, our Carl Rittenhouse t-shirt with him and his AR-15 and the message, This is what the Second Amendment looks like.
Your call's next on 833-33-Gorkovitz, 833-334-6752.
83333 Gorkovitz, 8333346752.
But we have to finish our update with the chaos, the anarchy, the willful anarchy on the border with former commissioner for Customs and Border Protection, good friend of America First.
He is with the Heritage Foundation and the Fair Organization for Immigration Reform.
Mark, talk to us about the statements from Mayorkas on sanctuary states, but first we were talking about what states can do, one of these very, very popular questions, and you mentioned something called the Lone Star Initiative or program.
Yeah, it's the State of Texas Operation Low Star.
They started in March of this year, Sebastian.
Look, they've really attacked three pillars.
One is they've enhanced border security in the great state of Texas with the 1,400 miles of border they share with Mexico, as well as sent a strong deterrent message.
And they've also been a force multiplier.
With every Texas Trooper National Guard agent on that line, that's one Border Patrol agent that's back on the front lines to do their national security mission.
Let me tell you, even though they have limitations where they can't physically enforce immigration law, here's a couple of things they have done.
They've seized over $22 million in U.S.
currency.
They've seized over 2,000 weapons.
They've seized 37,000 pounds of drugs, including over 700 pounds of fentanyl, and they've apprehended a total of 165,000 illegal aliens, and they've filed over 9,000 criminal charges.
So although there are limitations, that's a great example of what states can do.
Can you give us an example?
When you were the commissioner, of course, it depends upon local cultures and the identities and the characters of given governors.
But can you talk to us, in your experience, what was it like for CBP, under your command, collaborating with state agencies and law enforcement bodies?
Look, for the most part, we did what we've been doing my entire 35 years, Sebastian.
That's one law enforcement agency assisting another law enforcement agency with respect to what is in the best interest of this country's national security, public safety, and public health.
But there were some outliers, those that supported, for example, sanctuary cities.
It's going to be a vote any day on Chief Magnus, who's going to now take over the job that I formerly had.
He was one of the biggest social activists rather than a chief or law enforcement officer we've seen in this nation.
So we still had some challenges in certain areas.
Talk to us about the statements by Secretary Mayorkas on sanctuary states as well, please, Mark.
Yeah, so Sebastian, I think maybe I was on your show when we first started out where we actually said, hey, what this administration has done immediately is created a welcoming center on the front end on the border and a sanctuary country on the back end.
We were saying sanctuary country like that's a bad thing because we know it is.
And now this secretary has actually embraced the word sanctuary country and is actually touting it as a good thing.
Now he is basically harboring millions and millions of illegal aliens that are here.
We've talked about it before.
It's no longer illegal to be illegal.
That's not enough to be deported.
If you have a court order removal from an immigration judge, that's not enough.
They've cornered off areas where ICE can no longer go and apprehend people that are here in the country illegally, and now he's gone a step further with the sanctuary country concept.
That's why we've seen ICE right now, the lowest number of deportations since ICE was created.
Wow.
We've got 30 seconds left with Mark Morgan.
If we take back the Senate and the House, if you've got a person in the White House that wants to protect American citizens, how quickly could all of this be fixed, realistically?
Months?
Years?
Days?
Day one, every single one of these DHS policies can reverse in every single executive order.
We could just rip the playbooks out of the pages of the playbook we had, Sebastian, and start implementing on day one.
I think within a few months we're going to be back on track.
And I think I know who I'd like to see back as Commissioner.
Follow this man's work.

A former convict says he felt safer during his life of crime after his Oakland cannabis dispensary was ransacked last month.
Listen to this.
I would say for selling weed on the streets of Oakland that I am selling illegally.
And that's a problem.
That's crazy to even say, but that's just the reality I'm living in right now.
You really want to laugh, don't you?
You really want to laugh.
A former convict said it was safer when I was peddling my stuff on the street corner than when I was allowed to actually open my store and sell cannabis in Oakland because I'm getting raided.
What is it now, Eric?
You can't say looting, so it's what now?
It's smash and grab.
Smash and grab, because that's much better than looting.
But seriously, I'm trying not to smile.
Think about this.
That guy's a former felon.
And yeah, cannabis is mind rot.
But at least he's got a business.
In California, it's legal.
It's insanity, but it's legal.
And at least he was doing something.
Making a living outside of prison.
And now he can't.
Okay.
Dear friends.
Did you like, when you were a kid, skipping rocks on a lake or a pond?
I used to love it.
You find a really flat one, a really smooth one, curved at the edges, and you can see just how many skips.
I loved doing that as a kid.
See how far you can throw it, and how the ripples, once it plops into the water, how they circle farther and farther out.
That's exactly what you can do with our amazing Angel Tree program when you help girls and boys who've lost a parent to the prison system this Christmas.
Here's a little clip from a mother whose husband was incarcerated.
Her name is Cecilia.
And how the effect of your donation of getting a $25 Christmas gift to her children From their imprisoned father, what it made her and her family do next.
I would have never ever imagined, you know, that donation, that generosity from somebody else.
Bringing my kids a gift from their dad was ever going to make it.
So what my kids today are going to be giving 10 other kids a gift.
And that's just prison fellowship, spreading love and joy.
Her kids, because of your donations, are going to give Christmas gifts to ten other children who are without a parent this Christmas.
There's over a million American children who are missing a parent.
That's incredible.
Will you be one of these Christmas angels?
It's just $25 for a gift on behalf of that incarcerated parent.
A message of love and the gospel.
Let's do it today.
$125 is five children whose Christmas you're going to make a little bit brighter and perhaps break the cycle because 70% of these children end up in prison themselves.
Let's help them.
You could be saving a life.

Matthew, Ohio, welcome back to America First.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, doctor, for taking my call, Phyton.
First, I want to say Merry Christmas to you and your family and all of the people at the station.
All the dozens of people here, thank you so kindly, Matthew.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Best time of the year, believe me.
But anyhow, what I have to say is, this is about Pearl Harbor.
I'm 94 years old and in 1941, December 7th, I was 14 years of age.
It was a day just like today, sunshine, no snow, and cold.
And we were all up, and we had the radio on, and we were getting ready to go to church.
Then just about, I think it was ten minutes before eight in the morning, the broadcasting man broke in on the radio, and he says that the Pearl Harbor had just been bombed by the Japs.
Doctor, we were in shock.
We couldn't believe that this happened to the United States.
We went to church, but we were still in shock for quite a while after that.
Then when the shock wore off, we got mad.
We said, we're going to get them guys.
So what did you and your family decide, Matthew?
What did you and your family decide?
Well, my brother Chuck was five years older than me.
He joined the Marine Corps.
I joined the Navy, and I never finished high school, but I joined the Navy.
The spirit was so high in this country that I went downtown on a bus from high school and signed up for the Navy, and I had to wait To get to a recruiting officer for a half an hour.
That's how long the line was.
But hang on, hang on.
You were 15 years old, Matthew, right?
Well, I was 17 when I went in.
I went in when I was 17.
That was a couple years later.
But it was still that much of a waiting line?
Oh, yes.
This was really some... I would have been drafted anyhow, doctor.
Right.
But I didn't want to go into the Army, and I thought, well, I joined the Navy, and so I did, and when I got a card in the mail, you go when they say, or else they'll send the shore patrol to get you.
But anyhow, this is part of the story that I told.
My mom was, she, and the big part, getting back to my mom later, but at the beginning of the World War II, the guys were all drafted, right?
Okay.
The women took over the job.
Correct.
They were streetcar operators.
They were bus drivers.
Yeah, and they worked in the factories.
We all came together to defeat not only Imperial Japan that had attacked Pearl Harbor, but also the Third Reich and The Nazi plan to dominate the world.
God bless you, Matthew, for reminding us of what happened on Pearl Harbor and how back then we weren't afraid.
People like you actually volunteered to fight our deadly enemy.
God bless you for everything that you have done for this nation and Semper Fidelis.
As Matt has shared with us, tis the season to be merry, but also to stand up for what you believe.

Hello!
Yes, hello!
Oh!
An illuminating Hanukkah, God's light-giving Gorka!
Well, that's very kind, and to you as well, my friend!
Yes, well, I have a prayer for the dark and dangerous days in our nation.
Please!
And on this, the last day of Hanukkah, may God again gift America with a Hanukkah and Christmas victory against the godless darkness that today directs so many wicked rulers.
Just as 2200 years ago, when God gave victory to the Jews over the wicked pagan Greeks, and two centuries later, when Jesus would overcome the darkness of the wicked Roman Empire that also desired to extinguish God's light, law, and love from illuminating God's earth.
Beautifully said, beautifully said.
Brent, I think we need reminders every single day that this isn't just a historical battle against the forces of darkness.
What we are witnessing today, whether it was last week on the steps of the Supreme Court, whether it's what happens at the border or in the Middle East with ISIS, or whether it's just the arson, the looting, the wickedness across America, It's truly utterly diabolical and it's up to us to do something about it.
To cleave to the truth and be the champions of that bright shining light that is the transcendental truth that never changes.
That is natural law and that is our Creator.
God bless you.
Have a blessed blessed Hanukkah.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

The End
The End The End The End The End Mic's back on.
Here is cut two.
Well, you know, a booster is nothing more than less than a full dose of the vaccine.
So it's like take a half dose and get it again.
And I guess the big question is, why do we keep needing boosters?
First, it was going to be the one vaccine.
Then it was going to be two.
And then it's a vaccine and a booster.
And probably we're going to need another booster later.
That's one of the reasons that we need to be looking at some of the alternatives in a very serious fashion.
And as well as looking for other types of vaccines that won't require repeated boosters.
Okay, let's come in with that.
Yeah.
There's only three cuts left that we haven't used yet.
Yeah.
Let's... Let's... Jeff, let's get...
Cassio to post.
Dana cut five.
Okay.
The Silcox one, cut eight.
And, um, cut nine.
For Dana... ... ... ...
This is what all business owners should have said.
The next one, Rachel.
How much does the left hate the police?
Question mark.
And then the other one.
It's safer to be a drug dealer.
I was safer when I was a drug dealer.
Don't behave.
Socialists don't like ordinary people choosing, for they might not choose socialism.
Someone very profoundly once said, many years ago, that if fascism ever comes to America, it'll come in the name of liberalism.
Why is Michelle Flournoy... Oh, is she in the administration?
Uh, who is that?
It was Obama's deputy secretary of defense.
Well, like we said, it's mostly Obama de-listers back again, so... Okay, I'm gonna flash you with the hero.
Um, good.
Two and a half minutes?
Three minutes-ish?
Um... What do you think?
I'll do it at the end, so do it, do it, uh, like two minutes before the end.
Okay.
What do you have to lose?
Okay, what do you have to lose?
We need a doctor, please.
A doctor.
Please.
Do we have a doctor?
Doctor in the house, please.
Thank you, I love you too.
Oh, I miss him.
Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.
Yes.
He's been there for 47 years!
That's so good.
He's been there for 47 years!
This is the craziest election.
Yeah.
You're a real tough guy, Jeb. - Thank you.
That's one of my favorites.
Little Marco!
My mother is a wonderful woman.
I agree.
She should be running.
Did he say that?
Yeah, that was in one of the debates.
Like, Jeb was talking about his mother and Travis was like, yeah, she should run for president.
Oh my gosh.
I like how Little Marco, the press release, they just signed me up for, which I didn't.
And I can't unsubscribe.
There's no unsubscribe option.
No, you do.
It goes to every time.
I can't find this.
I click on the link.
Can't be found.

No way out.
That's how he thinks he's going to win.
You can't unsubscribe.
We have you forever.
I'm so glad I use like an old burner email for all those subscriptions way back in the day.
I never subscribed to the beginning.
They find a way one way or another.
All right.
Wait one minute.
You can't meet virtually.
What is that, Chiron?
You can't meet virtually.
You can meet or you can have a conversation electronically.
You can't meet unless you're in meta.
Yeah, MetaMeta.
I still can't believe those videos are real, man.
I know.
I saw somebody was giving away a meet-and-greet, you know, for a celebrity for like a musician or something, but it was virtual.
And I said, so you're gonna FaceTime them?
Like, what?
So you pay for that?
That's ridiculous.
So coming in with custody, right?
It's like a grand prize, too.
Yeah, cut in with, uh, coming with custody.
Coming in with custody.
Alright, 20 seconds.
coming in with the cut The Cut
I'm going to go.

You know, I prefer to get my medical advice from, well, let's just say real doctors, people who performed the first separation of conjoined twins in America ever, and who were brain surgeons, literally, like Ben Carson, former member of the Trump administration at the cabinet level, as opposed to, oh, I don't know, bureaucrat hacks like Fauci, who've been bureaucrats for 37.
Yes.
Welcome back to America First.
This is me, Sebastian Gawker.
Of course, the unmistakable voice of Dr Ben Carson, neurosurgeon and former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
So many fun things to discuss with you, breaking stories.
I've got to talk to Mr G about the Cuomo story.
But first, Just a fun one.
From the Daily Wire, man in Italy attempted to get vaccinated to receive his Italian super vaccination passport.
They have something called the super passport over there.
I don't know if it lets you fly or something, but he did so by using a fake silicone skin colored arm.
There's something funny about this story, because allegedly this individual is a dentist, so he should know a little bit about, I don't know, medicine?
And it's hard to inject anything into solid silicon.
So I'm sure the nurse realized very quickly that Um, this flesh is a little clammy.
It's a little cold, but also this vaccine isn't going anywhere.
But I guess we give a 10 out of 10 for effort there.
What a great story from the Daily Wire.
The man who... I'm going to just rub it in a little bit.
Did you get it wrong about Virginia, Mr. G?
A little bit.
Yes or no?
I said it would be close though, but no, I was wrong.
I think that's the only time you've been wrong in three years.
Am I right?
Probably.
See the modesty, just the gushing modesty.
However, what you did get right, I want to give you full credit, just a little fun there.
Cuomo is gone for good.
How did you know?
You told us, because we said that the tube, in effect, is going to rain, and he'll just go on a little sabbatical, and then Chris Orfredo will be back.
What made you think that he won't?
The statement that Anderson Cooper read immediately when it came out from the spokesperson, and they put in there, Chris broke the rules.
That was written by a lawyer.
They want to get out of his contract.
And remember, he just re-signed last year, too, so it was a long-term contract.
Yes, so they have to have a really good way to get rid of him.
Yeah, or at least a way to go fight it.
That way they're not going to pay it out, and they'll go to court somewhere and settle for it.
But I absolutely think that's why they got rid of him.
Now, the latest revelations from the New York Post and from attorney Deborah Katz are intriguing, aren't they?
Because this isn't just about helping his brother slime the people, the women who said that he'd been sexually abusive.
The latest, and let me read directly from this piece by Julia Marsh, Dana Kennedy and Mary Kay Lynch.
The station was notified, this is CNN, was notified by an attorney representing an accuser of a sexual misconduct allegation, not against Randy Yandy, but against Chris Cuomo.
Related to his brother's scandal, Attorney Debra Katz had reached out to CNN Wednesday, according to the New York Times.
Did you expect that, Jeff?
No.
That was actually a surprise And this is why they have to get rid of him?
I think so, especially when the host that comes on after him has the same legal issue with that.
Oh yeah, this is delightful.
For those of you who aren't familiar with it, the show, it's the show after Fredo, right?
Yeah, well, there's their show, there's Fredo's show, then there's the handoff, which is like 10 minutes.
Of talking together.
Yes.
Right?
And then it's Lemon Show.
And Don Lemon who, we still don't know, what is the status of the accusation made against him where he, I don't even want to discuss it on radio, where he did something really quite disgusting with a man in a bar on, what was it, Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard?
One of those.
Did anything happen with that?
No, but there was some news that came out of that too about what you're saying that you can't say.
Is it required to be a sexual pervert to be a Democrat?
It looks like it is to be a CNN primetime host.
They're going to have to have a little box in their application to replace Fredo.
Have you ever done something really sexually perverse?
Tick yes in the box for yes.
Thank you, Jeff.
Incredible stories.
Let's continue the analysis.
Alec Baldwin has deleted his Twitter account.
Why?
The man who was so, um, what's the right word?
Unabashed in his unfunny politicization of the last administration on SNL, he's deleted his account.
I loved tagging him in my posts about Alec Baldwin.
Maybe it has to do with this story.
This is from HotAir.com by Jazz Shaw.
Wow, now that's a name, Jazz.
I'll just give you the headline.
Santa Fe District Attorney, nobody is clear of charges in the Baldwin shooting.
You may go on path peace soft interviews with your buddies, your Democrat buddies in the mainstream lying legacy media, Alec Baldwin.
You may state, oh, I have no regret for killing the cinematographer in a movie that I wasn't simply starring in, I was producing as well.
And you may say as many times as you like, Alec, that, oh, I didn't pull the trigger.
I would never pull the trigger!
Which is physical impossibility, especially with a cowboy single-action firearm that requires two conscious efforts of a human being for it to actually fire the cartridge, meaning cock the hammer and pull the trigger.
Two things, not just pulling a trigger like a modern weapon, two conscious physical actions that cannot, you cannot, you can't cock the hammer By itself?
Somebody pulled the trigger, and who was holding the gun?
You were holding the gun.
On top of that, it doesn't matter, really.
Who was holding the gun?
Because as the producer of the movie, you are responsible for what happens during the working hours of that film production.
For example, the fact that we have corroborated That there were a hundred rounds of live ammunition on the movie set.
Live.
And I don't mean live blanks.
Live ammunition with bullets.
Because let's get a little bit nerdy here.
It's not Friday.
It's not Second Amendment Friday.
But a bullet is the actual projectile.
A cartridge, a round, is made up of the case, The primer on the base that is hit by the firing pin, the charge inside the case, the propellant technically, which isn't gunpowder today.
That's a hundred years ago.
And then the bullet, the actual projectile crimped into the top of the case.
A weapon fires when that percussion, that at the edge, at the end of the case, when that primer is physically hit, Detonating the propellant, creating the explosion, and driving the bullet down the barrel.
Somebody has to pull the trigger, and you're the producer, and you are the person pulling the trigger as well.
And the sheriff, the DA in Santa Fe says, nobody has been cleared.

I was at the Trump Hotel when the Fredo News broke.
That's for you?
The picture is from when I saw it, yeah.
Perfect fitting.
What were you doing there?
I was gonna say, what was the occasion?
Uh, we just went there Saturday night.
Nice!
I'm gonna be going back there on the 18th.
You stayed over?
Just kind of... Yeah.
Stayed or just ate there?
Stayed.
Oh!
I've never seen one of the rooms.
That's superb.
It was nice.
It's empty though.
Oh, it's totally empty.
It's crazy.
I know.
The whole town was empty.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
Did you get some bacon?
Yeah, it was for a section I was eating when Fredo came up.
Bacon ain't the only thing getting fried tonight, boys.
And just like that, the Cuomo family comes to an end.
Went to the spa, the Himalayan salt room.
This is the best thing I've ever seen.
Trump?
Yes.
What is it?
I haven't been explained.
It's a Himalayan salt room.
I have no idea what it is.
Describe it.
It's supposedly for good breathing.
I felt terrible from the night before and I went in there and it was 15 minutes later.
But was it a sauna or what?
Yeah, it's like a salt.
It's a room like this.
It's just salt and they spray all this like Himalayan salt into the air.
Is it super hot?
No, it's not.
It's just a regular room and I didn't want to go in it.
I'm like, this is useless.
This is boring.
And within like 15 minutes, I felt 100% better.
Wow.
That's crazy.
Is this going to be your new sink?
Himalayan salt?
I was trying to think what room I could turn it into in my house, but I don't have any.
I had a very good...
Cigar.
They had a guy at Mar-a-Lago at the end, they were rolling cigars.
Cigars, I love that one.
But I bought an Oliva and it was one of the best smokes I've had.
Hey buddy!
Hi, how are you?
Happy Monday.
Good, good, and to you.
New jacket, very swish.
I like that.
No, it might be one of the different ones.
I have a different set, yeah.
All right, so I don't know anything about these new regs for the White House.
Walk us through that.
It's a 38-page memo on how to fight international corruption.
It's ironic because it doesn't make any mention of Hunter Biden, but the tools they're going to use are the same tools that flag Hunter Biden's business deals.
Back in 15 and 16.
So I'll just talk about the irony.
Right, good.
And then we'll talk about the boycott of the Olympics.
And then, um... There was something else I wanted to mention.
Anyway, it'll come to me.
It'll come to me.
50 seconds.
Good.
Stand by.
Alright, we're doing merch here.
Merch!
Merch-a-cha!
Alright, 45 seconds.
Coming in with any cuts, or no?
No, just going straight to, uh, just talk about merch and go straight to John.
Yep.

First guest of our second hour, we have to check in regularly with the man who authored the quintessential work on corruption in the swamp related to the Clinton and Biden families.
Fallout!
Nuclear bribes, Russian spies, and the Washington lies that enriched the Clinton and Biden dynasties.
He is the founder, the editor-in-chief of justthenews.com.
John Solomon, happy Monday!
Happy Monday, good to be with you.
Let's talk about something you brought to my attention, a rather lengthy memo on ethics in reporting of stories and relations with the White House.
Tell us about this story and how ironic it makes you feel.
Yeah, well listen, the Biden White House, which for two and a half years, even before it was in power, wouldn't address seriously the issues around Hunter Biden, issued a 38-page memo today saying, hey guys, we're really serious about fighting international corruption.
They said it with a straight face.
They don't mention Hunter Biden at all, but many of the tools That they're talking about enhancing and using such as suspicious activity reports where someone's finances trigger suspicion in the U.S.
government.
Those were the very reports, the very tools that were flagged in 2015 and 2016 on transactions involving Hunter Biden and his business partners.
Let's keep in mind, Hunter Biden's primary business partner was convicted of fraud.
One of his Chinese business partners was arrested in an intelligence operation We know he was on the board of a company that the United States deemed corrupt in Ukraine.
Hunter Biden was the personification of international corruption in the time when Joe Biden was vice president, and today his father, now the president, wants to fight international corruption without ever addressing the behavior that his son engaged in and still engages in to this day.
He's out there right now selling paintings for a half million dollars.
And he knows that those paintings are going to be bought by people who want to influence Joe Biden.
John, we're going to spend the whole next hour with Miranda Devine of the New York Post to talk about her book, laptop from hell.
We're going to have her colleague from the New York Post who's now at Breitbart.
We're going to have Emma Jo Morris with us tomorrow to continue the story.
She broke the first laptop story.
So we're going to go deep dive, guys.
Don't miss that.
Let me ask you this.
Having worked in the White House, we don't usually have 30-odd page memos, unless it's something very technical.
It's got to be a strategic decision.
It's got to be something big, at least the stuff I was working on.
As a result, and given your coverage, Of, you know, Hunter Biden, Russia collusion hoaxes and so forth.
What category?
What is the taxonomy for this document?
Do you put this into CYA?
Is this a distraction ploy?
Or is there really some isolated group of bureaucrats who think corruption is bad, but they don't know who they're working for?
Yeah, I think it falls into the latter.
Listen, it's 38 pages and it seems to put a large focus on money laundering and corruption around real estate deals, which, as we know, is one of the places right now where foreign corrupt actors are behaving in buying and laundering money.
We saw there were the Pandora Papers and other papers like it.
They came out and showed how crooked strong armed men all across the world are using real estate and finance to amass wealth and hide it from taxes and from the American public.
And so I think it's a group of bureaucrats that actually believe they ought to address this issue of corruption.
But it's hard to address an issue in which the largest elephant in the room is the president's son and no one wants to talk about him.
We have never gotten to the bottom of the Hunter Biden behavior.
We see it in the laptop emails, we see it in the FOIAs that I won the FOIA battles for, all the things that we go back to 2019 for.
I'm fighting a lawsuit right now that I believe at the end of December will release a new document that will flip the narrative of Ukraine on its head.
Certainly the narrative that Joe Biden and the Democrats gave us, that there was a crooked prosecutor they had to get rid of.
I think that narrative is soon going to come under challenge.
But when you look at all of this, it's great to have a strategy.
But if the man overseeing it is a man who had his own house out of order, who's going to take this seriously?
Yeah.
It seems, especially with the latest stories coming out from Emma, from Miranda, yourself and others, it seems as if Hunter Biden's corruption or the Biden family corruption is never-ending in It seems like this This story that constantly has legs, whether it's the $80,000 diamond, whether it's the latest China-energy-Russia deal that was being brokered by Hunter Biden.
Do you have any sense, as being a seminal investigative journalist on all of these issues, of roughly, just a gut feel of the percentage of how much we could know?
Is it less than 50%?
Is it even smaller than that?
Yeah, I think we're getting close to 40 to 50 percent and still 50 percent unknown.
You know, when you read Miranda's book, there's one overwhelming thing that should matter to the American people that is irrefutably proven in the book.
Joe Biden looked into the camera and he lied to all of us when he said, I knew nothing about my son's business deals.
It's simply not true.
His son was corresponding with him.
His son was using state house or official state dinners at the White House.
To mark people that he was going to make connections with.
He was supposed to get 10% of the deal.
Joe Biden isn't according to his emails.
Joe Biden meets with his Ukraine, Chinese, and other businesspersons after lying to the American people, saying I never met with him.
Now we know he did because the laptop shows he did.
The most important thing is that Joe Biden ran on a lie that he did not know what his son was doing We now know from Miranda's good work, the laptop, all of us who've worked together, Peter Schweitzer, we now know that Joe Biden lied to us.
Do you still have high hopes for John Durham's investigation of the origins of the Russia hoax, John?
I do.
I see an enormous amount of activity going on right now.
Grand jury, investigation, interviews, people being squeezed.
There is more things to come, whether they're indictments or unbelievable revelations in a report we don't know yet.
They're acting like they have more indictments.
They're doing activity consistent with the pursuit of indictments.
Well, this is a man I trust.

The End
- Mic's on.
What year were you born in, John?
1967.
I can't hear him.
What year were you born?
I can hear you.
1967.
So you remember the boycott of the Soviets, right?
Oh, absolutely.
1980 Olympics?
- We can hear you.
- Yeah. - 1967. - 67.
So you remember the boycott of the Soviets, right?
- Oh, absolutely.
1980 Olympics, absolutely. - What's your take?
It is a half-pregnant boycott, right?
Yeah.
Keeping our athletes in the game and just not sending our political figures.
China's probably laughing at it.
Who cares if you come or not?
I mean, it was a big deal back then.
It was a big deal.
It was.
Well, but it's because we also boycotted the athletes, right?
That's the difference.
Right, right, right.
If we withheld our athletes, it would be a big deal to China.
And why don't we?
Because Joe Biden's over a barrel kind of, right?
His son made so much money.
How could he credibly look at him and say, I got to really punish you guys?
See, the thing that shocked me, and I'll probably ask you this when we're back on radio, is that you read your book, you read your stories, you read Miranda's coverage, Emma's coverage, Schweitzer's coverage.
It doesn't matter who it is, whether it's Joe, whether it's Jim, whether it's Hunter.
These are really stupid people.
And the fact that they got away with it for so long without it being one story.
Yeah, I get the plagiarism thing.
That's in the midst of a campaign.
But this really deep corruption, it's just mind numbing that there was no shrapnel from this for decades.
Yeah, it's remarkable.
It's a big statement about the Corporate press, right?
Yeah.
They just simply look into certain people and they will look at other people relentlessly, even make up stories about them like they did with Donald Trump.
But it's not just the corporate press.
It's when you see these stories, and I love the guys that looked after us when I was in the White House, especially the uniform division.
But when these stories of, you know, the Secret Service covering up and demanding the firearms, you know, next background test document for Hunter when that gun goes missing.
I mean, it's not just the press.
It's the swamp.
Yeah, no, it is.
Listen, the lobbyists, the people in the White House, the facilitators, the Secret Service was with Hunter Biden for a long time.
They had to facilitate it or turn a blind eye to some of his activities.
You know that Tony Blinken and other people, one of the energy advisors for Biden, were asked to speak to Hunter Biden.
Everybody knew.
Listen, George Kent says it, right?
We knew that there was a conflict of interest.
There's nobody wants to tell the vice president.
Right.
Incredible.
Great.
One minute.
Start.
Standby, 60 seconds.
Yep, we've got Israel and relief here.

We can do that with my pillow as well.
Yeah.

bit more slowly 855-565-5519 or just go to the website standwithisraeltour.com that's standwithisraeltour.com we are back with the one and only john I asked you when you were born.
the news.com follow him at jay solomon reports and get his superlative work on the corruption that is the clinton and biden clans it's called fallout nuclear bribes russian spies and the washington allies that enriched the clinton and biden dynasties john uh we are i i was very indiscreet in the break i uh asked you when you were born we're of the same vintage a superlative Yes, we are.
You remember, as do I, the boycott of the Soviet Winter Olympics in 1980.
Talk to us about the latest story with regards to our new Communist rival and the Chinese Olympics.
Yeah, love him, leave him.
Jimmy Carter went all in when he went all in.
Joe Biden went in partway today, right?
He's going to not have any U.S. officials at the political level attend the Olympics game as sort of a slight to China, but keep our athletes participating and competing.
For the Chinese, this is a laughable thing.
They're not going to take it too seriously.
They really don't care if the Americans come or not.
And so it's not going to have any real impact.
Maybe it will in the elitist talk shows tonight where people will promote this as something really big.
But on the tit-for-tat side with China, it's not going to make a bit of a difference.
The Chinese are not going to stop doing slave labor with the Uyghurs in the concentration camps.
They're not going to stop building hypersonic missiles.
They're not going to try to buy up the world's resources to choke off the United States' access to rare minerals and other natural supplies.
And they're not going to have the best interests of the United States at heart.
This change is nothing.
It gives Joe Biden a little flag to wave with his elitist crowd in Washington.
But in the real world, China is moving ahead undeterred.
There was just an article in one of the military journals this past week, and we wrote about it today on Just the News, where The best military minds say, you know what, right now we're so weak, we could not win a war with China over Taiwan, so we've got to find other ways to pressure China to make sure they don't invade Taiwan.
That's not a great position to be from.
That's not peace through strength like Ronald Reagan or Donald Trump preached.
Yeah, you used the phrase half-pregnant in the break.
I mean, seriously, it's absurd because nobody watches the Olympics to watch the diplomats, whether they are there in the stand.
It's about the athletes and our absence would be a far more serious sign.
Last thing, let's have a little bit of fun.
I don't know why she did this given the you know, who the interviewer was.
But Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez gave an interview with The Washington Times where she said the following, John, I'm just going to run this past you, with regards to the looting across America, especially in California.
This is AOC's response in the interview.
A lot of these allegations of organized retail theft, I prefer the word looting, are Are not actually panning out, AOC said.
I believe it's a Walgreens in California cited, but the data didn't back it up.
John, the data?
The data?
You know, AOC likes to boast that she appreciates socialism.
This is what socialists and communist governments say.
They'll say, there's no breadline.
You can see the video, 50 people long, right?
There's no breadline.
There's no looting.
There was peaceful demonstrations last year in the summer over George Floyd.
No, there wasn't.
They weren't peaceful.
People see with their own eyes.
They know the truth.
AOC lives in an alternate universe where people will believe what she says because they're ideologues.
In the real world, people have seen these smash-and-grab robberies.
They've seen stores closed down.
They saw a security guard shot dead by looters.
They know this exists, and shame on the Congresswoman for not giving an honest answer to the American people.
Have you seen any legacy media outlets jumping on this absurd statement to clarify it or to do at least some kind of quasi-fact-check, John?
Not yet.
I mean, The Washington Times in its own article did.
They went and quoted other people that challenged her.
But that's it.
No, you know, we did it, but not many other folks.
No, this is why Democrats get away with what they get away with.
Adam Schiff, AOC, they can say anything.
There's no consequence.
Don't live in an alternate universe.
Live in the real one by reading John Solomon's reports and his colleagues.
Justthenews.com and on Twitter at jsolomonreports.
Thank you, John, for what you do.

I was trying to think of what is the Democrat campaign platform for next year.
Here are just a couple of items.
See if I've forgotten anything.
The 2022 Democrat platform.
Looting?
arson, open borders, racist curricula, pedographic, pedophilic porn in schools, and masks and boosters forever.
What did I miss?
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
We have a very special guest in studio.
But first things first, you've almost reached 50% of the children that I want to help this Christmas with Chuck Colson's Prison Fellowship Angel Tree Program.
The pay-it-forward philosophy of this program is so beautiful.
These are children who have a parent behind bars.
You purchase for them, through your donation, a Christmas gift from that incarcerated parent, a message of love and the gospel, and the effect is so Well, it just impacts so many and motivates them to help others.
This little, little message from Cecilia, whose husband is in prison, and the effect that your donations had on her and her children.
I would have never, ever imagined, you know, that donation, that generosity from somebody else.
Bringing my kids a gift from their dad was ever going to make it.
So what my kids today are going to be giving 10 other kids a gift and that's just prison fellowship spreading love and joy.
Spreading love and joy.
Her children giving 10 other children a Christmas gift.
Make a difference today.
Just $25 gives one of these more than a million children a Christmas gift.
$125 is five children you're helping.
Please be as generous as you can be.

And the Angel Tree banner at the very top.
In studio, I can't quite believe it, is Todd Benzman.
He is the fellow, senior fellow for the Center for Immigration Studies, a practitioner of counterterrorism intelligence, the author of a seminal work, America's Covert Border War.
Todd, welcome in studio.
Appreciate being here.
Thank you.
It's great to have you.
So we've had Mark Morgan on the show already.
Tell us, explain if you will, the significance.
Let's start with the most recent breaking news.
Through no volition of their own, because a judge had to force them to do it, the Biden administration has been forced to reinstate the stay in Mexico policy of the Trump administration.
Will you first explain what that policy did?
And how significant this judge's order is, Todd?
So just remember that the game is that migrants use the asylum system to apply so that they can get past the border patrol.
They're all going to lose.
Most of these are Central Americans.
They're ineligible.
So let's just unpack that a little bit.
Asylum means you're a refugee from persecution, not that you want a good job.
Government persecution on the basis of several criteria.
Religious, political, what have you.
Ethnic.
But you've got to be persecuted and in danger if you stay in your country of origin.
That's right.
And these migrants, the vast majority of them, are using our asylum system as a means to get into the country and then when they lose, they disappear.
They disappear.
So Donald Trump figured this out and hit it smack on the nail on the head.
By making them wait in Mexico for the outcome of their asylum cases instead.
So we're showing the footage that you took, this incredible footage of the disastrous third world conditions on the border that you filmed yourself.
Explain one mechanical part of this for me.
Did the Mexico policy kick in because people were in America and applied and then had to go back after application or were they forced to apply from Mexico?
What were the technicalities?
No, they cross illegally and then they say the magic words.
They say asylum?
I declare asylum and then we can't quite return them yet because under the policies pre-Trump, we put them through detention and then they were released to pursue their asylum claims inside the country.
Under Wade in Mexico, nobody came here for the great Mexican dream.
That's just the way it is.
So they're back in Mexico for... But what did the policy demand?
Where did they have to apply for asylum?
In Mexico or in America and then go back?
In the United States.
And then they went back to Mexico?
And then they would be pushed back to Mexico where they would have to wait for their court... For the adjudication?
Adjudication, yes.
So just a genius common-sense approach?
Incredibly innovative and legal.
It survived all the challenges.
It was a great policy.
I went to Mexico several times during it in the beginning and interviewed the migrants who were subjected to this policy, who were returned, and the majority of them told me, I'm going home.
I don't want to lose my visa.
I'm not going to sit here.
I'm leaving.
Right.
So they went back to Honduras or Guatemala or wherever.
It was incredibly effective because not only that but migrants, aspiring migrants back in the home villages hear about this and they're like I'm not spending $8,000 to go to the border to just wait in Mexico.
To sit in Mexico.
Right.
It was brilliant.
It really was and highly effective.
It stopped more follow-on immigration.
We've got 30 seconds left in this segment.
You're graciously staying on for another one.
Tell us how significant is this judge's order?
Well, I'm skeptical that this is going to be anything like a Trump wait in Mexico policy.
There are loopholes galore.
One of the big loopholes, of course, is that Mexico is not going to take back any Spanish speakers.
I mean, anybody who's not Spanish, which means Haitians.
They speak Creole or French.
So they'll just refuse?
Yeah, those people have to get let into the United States and paroled in.
Anybody who claims to be LGBTQ, anybody who claims that they fear that they'll become a criminal victim in Mexico, potentially can be let in.
So basically they're just going to play the system.
We're talking to Todd Bensman.
He is from the Center for Immigration Studies.
Follow him, Bensman.
Todd, he's staying with us.
Don't go anywhere.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First coming to you live from the ReliefFactor.com studios.

The End
you you you you Across the border from McAllen, there's a huge... So it's in Mexico.
It's in Mexico, just over there.
And UN officials are handing out cash debit cards.
Yes.
They have money to do this?
Oh, yeah.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars.
And is this organized?
Are they like UN little camps or what?
Uh, this particular camp was, uh, is organized by a non-profit.
And there's United Nations is in the camp.
American lawyers are there and they're metering them in slowly.
Uh, but, but I was just shocked to see that.
And they were talking, you know, I interviewed the IOM officials handing the cards out.
They're like, God, we've been giving money out like this for months and months.
Hundreds of dollars.
And what that does is, you know, it keeps them there.
Yeah, right.
It facilitates them staying there.
I didn't think that... I mean, I'm still studying what this program is.
Are you going to publish on that?
Are you going to write about it?
I published already.
I'm going to write more about it.
I have one commissioned by the Federalist here.
Thank you.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka. - I need six hours a day.
Todd Bensman just told me in the break the United Nations across the border in Mexico officials are giving out cash debit cards so the illegal aliens trying to get into America can stay in Mexico longer to work the system.
Mind numbing.
A question I have to ask you because of the stay in Mexico concept or policy.
Talk to us about how the nations from whence these illegal aliens are coming, what is their official and unofficial relationship to this issue, whether it's Honduras, Guatemala, Haiti or Mexico.
When Trump was in control, I guess, do they comply or not is my question.
You know, Mexico complies when they have to, only.
For economic or legal reasons.
If they're under threat like they were with Trump, but now the Obrador administration just openly disrespects and flouts this administration.
They do whatever they want.
Whatever's convenient to them.
And I'll give you a great recent example.
It's the Del Rio migrant camp that formed.
It's a big national story.
I was there for eight days covering that on the ground on Mexico and in the United States in Del Rio.
And the reason that that happened is because the Mexican government pulled up 300 buses down in southern Mexico where these people were clashing and fighting trying to get in.
They were supposed to be held there by agreement with the Biden administration.
Yep.
But a national holiday was coming up called El Grito which is a week-long celebration of festivities and so these migrants were an inconvenience to El Grito so they bust them all out of southern Mexico into the north and they all went straight to Del Rio and that was in violation of their agreement with the Biden administration to slow roll those people and keep them down there.
So instead of slowing down the migrant hordes Let them go.
They accelerated their return into America.
That's the Mexican government, Todd.
That's right.
And when I interviewed Mexican federales on the Mexico side and state police, I said, what are your orders?
And their orders were, let them go.
Let them go right through.
OK, that's enough.
I've got to get you back in studio for an hour.
In the meantime, You've got to read this guy's writings.
He's prepping an article for The Federalist.
It's not out yet.
As soon as it is, we'll push it.
In the meantime, the book is America's Covert Border War, the untold story of the nation's battle to prevent jihadist infiltration, because that is, of course, the biggest threat to our nation.
But in the meantime, follow this man at Benzeman Todd on Twitter.
And also, we'll look for his writings as soon as they are published and put them up on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
God bless you, Todd, for telling the truth.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Next up for the whole hour, Miranda Devine on the laptop from hell.
That is the name of her new book on the hunt of Biden, the truth, the latest scandals, you name it.
With regards.

I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of the, literally, Dr. Patrick Coe, the f***ing spy chief of China.
Who started the company that my partner, who was worth $323 billion, The richest man in the world is missing, who was my partner.
He was missing since I last saw him in his $58 million apartment and signed a $4 billion deal to build the largest LNG port in the world.
And I am receiving calls from the Southern District of New York from the U.S.
Attorney himself.
My best friend in business, Devin, has named me as a witness without telling me.
In a criminal case, And my father.
What a delightful.
Oh, and his father.
Who's his father?
Yes, that's Hunter Biden talking about Joe Biden.
Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First one-on-one with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Trump and member of the National Security Education Board.
What a delightful chap talking about his business partners, including the effing Chinese spy chief and his other business partner with his $54 million home, who just happened to disappear.
What does it all mean for America?
Let's ask a lady who's literally written the book.
By the way, thank you to the National Pulse for that audio cut.
It is, of course, from THE LAPTOPS FROM HELL.
And we have a new book which is called THE LAPTOP FROM HELL by the New York Post and Fox News' Miranda Devine, a woman who I knew her when.
Yes, I knew her before she was famous.
I met her in Australia and now I'm so excited to have her on this side of the planet.
Miranda, welcome to One on One.
Thank you so much, Dr. Gorka.
Lovely to be with you.
All right, we have so much to discuss, including our mutual love of all things science fiction and whether or not the Dune remake is any good.
But first things first, for our millions of listeners and viewers across the nation, please tell those who may not have been familiar with your work before you arrived in America who Miranda Devine is, where she came from, and what she's been doing until she published this superb book.
Well, I am actually an American citizen.
I was born in Queens, New York, so I'm a New York native.
But obviously, from my accent, I've spent quite a lot of time elsewhere.
And so I've spent, I guess, the last...
I went to university here, but I've spent the last 25 years in America.
In Australia?
Sorry, in Australia.
I get mixed up.
I'm in that transition period right now.
Well, they both begin with A. They both speak English, kind of.
But carry on.
Kind of.
Anyway, so I've been here for three years in New York, working for the New York Post as a columnist.
And, you know, very exciting time, I guess, but also rather a devastating time because, I mean, we had the election campaign.
We've had the election.
We've had the pandemic.
We've had the riots, you know, and New York in particular is almost unrecognizable from what it was back in 2019, when it was still, you know, fairly orderly and not so crime ridden as it is now.
And it reminds me very much, I lived here back in the 80s with my parents, and it reminds me very much of those bad old days, pre-Rudy Giuliani, the legendary mayor who cleaned up New York and it's a pity he can't do that again because I don't know if Eric Adams is going to be able to do that, but certainly Bill de Blasio just presided over a complete disaster.
Yeah, absolutely.
It would be wonderful if Rudy Giuliani were 20 years younger and could come back and, instead of having to investigate the fraud of the last election, could revitalize New York as he did before.
We're going to talk about your book, The Laptop from Hell, momentarily.
But first things first, I remember, so I met you, what is it, four years ago, five years ago?
My son was working in Australia.
I went to visit him and then we Skipped over the water a little bit to do the Lord of the Rings tour in New Zealand.
Loved it.
Came back to Australia.
Had dinner with you and a good buddy there in Australia.
And you, after that, managed to get this fabulous gig to come back to America and to cover the elections for the New York Post.
And then you became a commentator of note for Fox News.
So let's start there.
Let's talk about Coming from Australia, here, to cover the elections, talk to us about what happened three years ago.
Was it as you expected?
And how problematic, to use the left-wing's phrase, is the state of politics in America today?
Well, look, I mean, America is the center of the universe still, you know, it's Rome, and Although things are powerless at times, when I arrived the economy was booming, all the sort of Trump policies were working brilliantly and despite the fact that his administration had been hobbled from day one by the Russia hoax and you know an unremitting hostility from most of the media.
But it's interesting that during the election campaign you know there was a A wide open democratic field.
And I went to New Hampshire and I went to Iowa and, you know, watched everybody ply their wares.
And at no time was there any indication that Joe Biden had a chance.
He was feeble then.
He drew lackluster crowds that were so small and puny and ridiculous that, I mean, it became like a standing joke for reporters on the campaign trail.
That, you know, how many people were at Joe Biden's little thing, you know, three people.
And the other thing that was noticeable even then was this is you talk about, you know, on the campaign trail, basically late 2019, early 2020, that Joe Biden, everywhere he went, a teleprompter would arrive.
And these were for standard stump speeches that every other candidate could just do in their sleep.
And he was always very late for these town halls or whatever they were.
And, you know, at the time people, I remember sitting in a town hall, I think it was in, probably in Manchester, New Hampshire.
And he was very late.
And I just remember when he came in, he was a bit befuddled.
And I just saw people exchanging looks with each other.
And I interviewed a few of them afterwards.
And they said, well, you know, we just came to kick the tires and see how he was doing.
And, you know, he's just no good.
He's past it.
And in fact, when they voted in the primaries, I interviewed some people at a school.
And I mean, it was incredible that the number of people that were sort of being kind about Joe Biden, these are Democrat voters, but just said they couldn't bring themselves to vote for him because they didn't think he had it.
And I remember he was sort of like close to the bottom.
And in Iowa, you know, We went to a school hall on the night of the caucuses and the enthusiasm around, say, Pete Buttigieg or Elizabeth Warren was palpable.
And there was a group of very elderly people that looked like they'd been bused in from a nursing home who were the only people in this hall sitting on chairs.
And that was the Joe Biden contingent.
And because the night dragged on so long, because there was a lot of Shenanigans that went on that night, if you remember.
They couldn't get the right answer out, and it was a bit of a disaster.
And so the night dragged on in this school hall, and the old people, it was way past their bedtime, and they were really getting disgruntled and wanting to go.
And there was a young minder there, a young woman, who was trying to jolly them along.
And, you know, you looked at that.
It was already, his campaign was an utter car crash.
And so incredible that he was resuscitated basically by the black vote, I guess, that was corralled to push everyone else out of the way and to ensure that Amy Klobuchar and Pete Buttigieg, who had been doing surprisingly well, were bumped off.
And of course, Bernie Sanders, the guy who was getting really the most excitement and momentum in Iowa and New Hampshire, he was He had Trump-like enthusiasm.
The young people at his rallies, he would have music, enormous, he'd fill enormous stadiums.
Quite, you know, different to what was happening with Joe Biden.
But the Democratic establishment obviously moved to, for the second time, hobble poor old Bernie Sanders and realizing, I guess, he's not really electable.
And of course, he also had the heart attack, which didn't help him very much.
Right, so just like Alex de Tocqueville wrote the best book on America as a Frenchman, it pays to listen to those who may have been born here but after a few decades come back from abroad to give us that clear-eyed view, that clear-eyed perspective of what's happening in America.
Because that's a great description.
You didn't even mention my former boss President Trump and what happened with the integrity or otherwise of the election, but you described perfectly what we witnessed on the other side of the aisle, how a feeble old man somehow magically became the frontrunner because I guess Bernie Sanders was a little bit too radical for the Democrat establishment.
We're talking to Miranda Devine of the New York Post, the Daily Telegraph, and Fox News.
She's with us because of an amazing new book.
It's called The Laptop from Hell, Hunter Biden, Big Tech, and the Dirty Secrets the President Tried to Hide.
Follow her right now at...
...and we'll see you next time.
...and we'll see you next time.
...and we'll see you next time.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Miranda, the book is out.
Everybody has to get Laptop from Hell.
Let's start with not what you found out and what's on the Laptop from Hell.
As a journalist, let's start with The media's handling of it, even the amazing cover of the book, Eric, if you could bring the cover up again, even the cover of the book is from a photograph from Hunter Biden's collection of his It's not exactly PG rated material that if you posted these photographs during the campaign, you were censored.
Twitter, Facebook would delete or block your account because of your use of these photographs, which in no way, shape or form was stolen or doctored.
So talk to us as a media professional.
About the way the Hunter Biden story has been handled by the legacy media and also from the subtext of your book's title, social media's significant handling of the story.
Yeah, thanks, Sebastian.
That photograph on the cover is actually of Hunter.
It's a selfie taken on one of his benders in Vegas, lying in bed at the Palms Casino.
And one of his numerous visits of debauchery.
And look, it was incredible.
I guess I wasn't surprised at the hostility to our reporting back in October of 2020.
You know, Emma Jo Morris wrote a magnificent story that very first day on October 14, 2020.
Which was distilling, I guess, some of the most pertinent emails that were in the laptop and that Rudy Giuliani had given us and that Rudy Giuliani and his lawyer had spent many weeks, you know, digging through and finding what they thought and bringing to our attention what they thought were, you know, the most obviously problematic emails for Joe Biden.
And the one that we chose to run with on that first day was an email from Hunter's Ukrainian benefactor from Burisma, which was an energy company, corrupt energy company, which was paying him $83,000 plus a month to do not very much to sit on its board.
And Vadim Pozarovsky was writing to Hunter an email saying, thank you so much for letting me meet your father last night in Washington.
So this flew in the face of Joe Biden's frequent refrain during the campaign that he knew nothing about his son Hunter Biden's overseas business dealings.
And that was a lie.
He lied to the American people about that because there is evidence on the laptop and also in Tony Bobulinski's voluminous trove of material that I also have a lot of which Cross matches and overlaps with the laptop, but there's original material as well.
Voluminous evidence showing that Joe Biden met with Hunter Biden's overseas business partners when he was vice president.
He met Ukrainians.
He met Russians.
He met Chinese.
He met Kazakhstani.
He met Mexicans.
He met them in Beijing.
He met them in Washington, D.C.
He invited them to his home at the vice presidential residence at the Naval Observatory.
He met them at a dinner that Hunter organized.
These are all the things that Joe Biden denies having done.
Let's be clear.
That's right.
And look, and I think with with all these things, what what brings these politicians unstuck is the cover up.
And Joe Biden and his campaign lied to the American people about these meetings.
And they have repeatedly, like the White House, has actually finally came clean when I ran a story in the New York Post in the summer, when having dug through more and cross matched with the Bobulinski material and other material, I found the Cafe Milano dinner.
And so we knew that it wasn't just that Ukrainian guy who'd written a letter thanking Hunter for the dinner.
We also had the guest list that Hunter had made up of the people that were invited to the dinner.
We had emails from him to guests saying his father would be there.
We had emails from guests saying, thank you for inviting us.
Thank you for letting us meet your father, etc.
And so I published that story.
And we also had a photograph that unverified, not from the laptop, it appeared on a Kazakhstani anti-corruption website.
So the provenance is unknown and the date is unknown.
It's of Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, a Kazakhstani oligarch and the former Kazakhstani prime minister appears to be taken in that same private garden room at Café Milano as it looked back at when the dinner happened in 2015 with a sort of a white gauze in front of a glass wall with what you can vaguely see is the logo of Café Milano in the background.
Now, I don't know if that photograph was taken that night.
There may have been another dinner.
at which Hunter and Joe met with the Kazakhstanis at Cafe Milano.
You know, I really can't vouch for that photo, but it just is all part of this jigsaw puzzle that you put together that tells you that Joe Biden did know about Hunter and also his brother Jim Biden's influence peddling operation, which obviously began in Delaware, where Joe was senator for many decades and was
Using his influence to get his son grace and favor jobs and and various other favors from the big corporates there and in using his powerful position In the Senate as you know head of the Judiciary Committee head of the Foreign Affairs Committee He wielded a lot of power in Washington DC and he came from a small state that had a disproportionate impact in the corporate community because so many companies are headquartered there because the
Opaqueness it offers for company records and various tax dodges.
So this was Joe Biden basically internationalizing that Delaware influence peddling operation when he became vice president.
And Barack Obama gave him carriage of various parts of the world, including China, including Ukraine.
And there he was supposed to be projecting America's power and prestige.
in America's national interest and the interest of its allies around the world.
And instead, his family became very rich.
We have evidence of tens of millions of dollars flowing into bank accounts associated with Hunter Biden's business partners, including Devon Archer.
And we have that, you know, the laptop by itself is incomplete.
I regard it as a sort of a jigsaw puzzle to to crack the code of the laptop.
You need the other pieces.
And that included Tony Bobulinski, very courageous man who really hasn't been given the credit that he deserves for sticking his neck out.
He's a veteran, Navy veteran.
He's a patriot and a very successful businessman in his own right.
He had been dragged into this Biden Can't you know scheme?
He was supposed to be regularizing their business joint venture with China And he found himself in the middle of this nightmare, and he did come forward and honestly tell the tale of having met with Joe Biden and knowing that Joe Biden was the big guy getting 10% of the cut in this joint venture the equity in this joint venture and we also know that
Joe Biden, you know, in the last two years of his vice presidency, his family, this joint venture, they were working on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party in various countries overseas where President Xi had earmarked them for his Belt and Road Initiative.
And I have a scene in the book where Hunter Biden is in a restaurant in In New York in 2017, after his father had stepped down, and he's banging the table and shouting at Director Zhang, who is a CCP official and also second in charge of CFC, this Chinese energy conglomerate.
And he's shouting at him and saying, you owe my family $20 million for all the work we have done for you around the world for the last two years.
Thank you.
. .

So I've used the phrase I mean, that list you just shared is just mind-numbing, mind-numbing, and it's still only a fraction of what we know about Hunter Biden and the rest of the Biden clan.
Let me share with you a phrase that I learned when I was living in post-communist Hungary after the wall fell.
There was a philosopher there who witnessed the establishment of a new free Hungary, but saw zero accreditation, zero punishment for any of the crimes of the past.
There was no truth in reconciliation, let alone any kind of trial of those that tortured people like my father.
As a result, he wrote an essay with the title Land of No Consequences to describe post-communist Hungary.
I put it to you, given the list you've just rattled off, is America a land of no consequences?
If a man who was kicked out of the military for his cocaine habit can Well, look, it's really dispiriting, and I think it's damaging for America's prestige.
in Eastern Europe and his father becomes the president and nothing, nothing happens.
As a person born in America, what does it say to you?
Well, look, it's really dispiriting.
And I think it's damaging for America's prestige.
We saw in Ukraine, there were people in the State Department, good people, who were trying to warn President Biden.
They did actually meet him and tell him the problem of Hunter Biden.
And, you know, at the same time, taking all this money from this corrupt energy company that is one of the most corrupt forces in Ukraine, at the same time as his father is lecturing Ukraine about crushing corruption.
And not only that.
Joe Biden ordered the government to fire Victor Shokin, the top prosecutor, who at that very time was investigating Burisma and had seized just shortly before he was fired, seized property belonging to Burisma's owner, Slochevsky, seized mansions and plots of land and even a Rolls Royce Phantom.
And Joe Biden goes there and threatens to withhold a billion dollars in USA And what makes that even worse is that the media here covered up for him and said, just parroted his line, which was that he called for Viktor Shokin to be fired because he wasn't investigating corruption.
Viktor Shokin has given interviews in Ukraine saying his next step after seizing the property of Zlochevsky was to subpoena Hunter Biden and his partner, Devin Archer.
Devin Archer, who went and got a selfie with Joe Biden in the White House just after he was put onto the Burisma board.
That selfie immediately went up on the Burisma website.
I have emails showing that there was kerfuffle where the council of the vice president, a lawyer of the vice president, was saying to them, take that photo down.
So this kind of corruption, I guess you call it, or the appearance of corruption at the very least, It was there for everyone to see and the media just decided that they were going to give Joe Biden a free pass on all of that.
And especially during the presidential campaign, they censored the New York Post story.
Big Tech came in and blocked our accounts, did not allow us to spread any of our stories until almost right before the election.
And on top of that, you had the intelligence community, 50 former members of it, including, you know, Obama CIA Director John Brennan, James Clapper, Leon Panetta, Michael... Hayden.
Hayden, yeah.
And 50 of them.
I mean, these people who, with the power and authority of their former very high-ranking positions, wrote this dishonest piece of propaganda Which said that the laptop was Russian disinformation.
Effectively, our reporting was Russian disinformation.
Right.
And they did that without having looked at the laptop, but they knew nothing and they had a weasel brain.
But most importantly of all, since it has been demonstrated that it is Hunter Biden's laptop, because guess what?
Your lawyers don't demand back a laptop if it's not yours.
None of these individuals have done a mea culpa or apologised for what they said.
That's the amazing thing.
The book is Laptop from Hell Hunter Biden, Big Tech and the Dirty Secrets the President Tried to Hide.
The Dirty Secrets the President
From this day forward, it's going to be only
America first. America first. America
first. America
first. America
first. America first. America
first. America first. America first. America first. America first. America first.
America first. America first. America first.
Thank you.
Miranda, I read a story out on my radio show last week that is connected to your coverage concerning amazing trail of text between Hunter Biden and his psychiatrist where they make fun They make fun of Hunter Biden's father being senile.
So here we have confirmation, even before he's president, that he is mentally compromised and a family member is making fun of it with somebody outside of the family.
That's the kind of thing that people need to know about.
We know about Burisma, we know about China.
Tell us, I want people to buy the book, so don't give everything away.
As the person who's put it all together in one publication, what is it that surprised you or what aspect of this story hasn't been adequately discussed to date?
I think probably the biggest thing is, and it was something that when I discovered it, again from putting those jigsaw puzzle pieces together, I sort of had to step away from the computer for a while and shake my head.
I couldn't believe what I'd discovered.
And that was the That Hunter Biden and Jim Biden were right in the middle of this enormous energy deal between China and Russia.
It was the marriage of China and Russia, which would have had enormous geopolitical consequences.
It was a tectonic shift in sort of power relations globally and would have been very detrimental to America.
And this was a deal that CEFC brokered, which was between China was buying a big chunk of Rosneft, which is the Russian state-owned energy company.
And Putin was sort of forced into this by sanctions that Europe and America placed on him after the downing of MH17 over Ukraine.
So this was sort of a marriage of necessity from Putin's side and opportunity from Xi's side.
And it was only Stopped, you know, and Hunter Biden's right in the center of this, you know, knowing about the meetings, being told about when Xi is going there, when the CFC chairman's going there and so on.
The only reason this was foiled was because the Trump administration came in and Jeff Sessions, then the Attorney General, had a remit to stop China shenanigans and the Southern District of New York then Arrested Patrick Ho, one of Hunter's business partners from CFC.
And that threw the whole thing into disarray.
And of course, the chairman of CFC, Yijing Ning, then disappeared in China.
That's what Hunter was referencing at the beginning of that voice memo that you just played.
And he left behind, of course, his huge real estate purchases in Manhattan, including that $54 million
Penthouse in the limestone Jesus in the middle of Manhattan where he'd ensconced his wife and his two kids and his mother-in-law and his his cook and his maid and his nanny and so on and but he disappeared You know and has never been seen again because that was a great embarrassment to President Xi and they had to quickly pull apart CFC was defunct and and China had to pay Russia an enormous amount of compensation But it was good that that deal was foiled
Because, you know, the last thing we wanted was for China and Russia to be in charge of so much, you know, the energy dynamics globally.
But that was what, you know, the president, current president Joe Biden, was part of that deal, CEFC.
He was going to, when he retired from being vice president, Hunter had organised for him to have an office in Georgetown with his nameplate on the door with Hunter.
And it said CFC America and foiled by the Southern District of New York by Jeff Sessions, by Donald Trump.
But that really was frightening to see that such a bumbling crackhead and a bumbling person like Jim Biden.
Jim and Hunter Biden were right there in the centre of this enormous deal that had so much influence and potential for damaging all our lives.
It's truly, truly shocking.
I think that's all the more reason why everybody has to read this book, The Laptop from Hell.
Something else that's truly shocking, and I apologize to our listeners that I'm going to have to switch topic, but I have to because I can't let up an opportunity to have a quasi-Antipodean with us.
After what we've witnessed occur in Australia in the last few months, you know, people having to escape from COVID camps last week.
We can get back to the book, we can talk about sci-fi and anything else in the last few minutes we have here, but Miranda, just help me for two minutes.
What is going on in Australia?
I mean, I've been to Australia.
I've grown up with Australians in the UK.
They're some of the toughest SOBs on the planet.
Have they died out?
Are you now a nation of snowflakes that is fine with being locked up by petty bureaucrats for the rest of eternity?
Look, I mean, there are a few things that you have to understand about Australia.
Unlike America, there's no Bill of Rights.
Australia didn't have a war of independence.
And so there's much more sort of trust, I guess, in the government, firstly.
Secondly, the worst of the images and the videos that you are seeing of real totalitarian crackdowns is coming from one state called Victoria, or most of it from one state, Victoria.
And it's like, you know, California, And New York on steroids.
You know, we call it the Socialist Republic of Victoria.
The premier is a socialist from the socialist left of the Labour Party.
But, you know, he's popular.
He's incredibly popular.
But also in Victoria is the biggest pushback.
I mean, they had the biggest riots and so on.
Where I'm from, New South Wales, the largest state is like Florida.
Much, much freer.
You know, they haven't had anywhere near as many crackdowns and therefore not as many protests.
And then, you know, we're seeing right now these sort of COVID camps in the Northern Territory.
Some of that you have to understand the geography.
There are remote Aboriginals living in remote areas and they're living mainly on welfare and they have lots of health problems, diabetes, alcoholism and child abuse is just a horrendous problem there.
And these are, you know, entrenched social problems in these places that nobody has been able to get on top of.
and, you know, domestic abuse and so on.
And they are also a very long way from hospitals.
And so I don't know exactly what's been happening there, but I do know that some of these people were being moved, maybe who were COVID positive, into an area near a proper hospital and then housed in these, you know, so-called COVID camps.
In a way, I think Australia, from this vantage point, I think Australia's completely lost the plot.
But I talked to friends back home and, you know, you have to sort of put yourself in their shoes.
They've had basically no COVID, you know, hardly any COVID deaths.
Right.
They closed the borders because it's an island nation.
I mean, I think that was a mistake.
I mean, it was right to do it at the beginning, but to keep that going and to pursue a zero COVID strategy for as long as they did.
New Zealand is far, far worse, let me tell you.
But, you know, they've come through it quite well.
I mean, they've had very few deaths.
The economy has done quite well.
New South Wales is the driver of the economy and it's kept fairly open.
And so, but at some point, and they now also got vaccinations up to something like 80 percent.
I mean, it's been an enormous, I think the fastest take up of any country.
They were very slow at the beginning.
You know, at some point they are coming to terms trying to, I think it's a conservative federal government, some pretty crazy left wing state governments, but the conservative federal government's coming up for an election soon.
And I know that their natural inclination is to open up.
But there's so much fear in Australia that's been driven by I don't know what.
They're so afraid of COVID maybe because they haven't experienced it.
It just makes no sense to me.
I know it's fictional but the land of Crocodile Dundee just makes no sense that these people are so afraid even if it's just a provincial issue anyway.
We thank you for that slightly more diverse representation of the variety of responses in Australia.
We thank you for listening to The New York Times.
The New York Times
The New York Times
The New York Times
The New York Times The New York Times The New York Times The New York Times The New York Times I'm going to do the DC question for you, Miranda.
A Martian lands, okay, has no idea who Hunter Biden is, or you get into an elevator with somebody from, you know, Venus.
They need to read your book, but you're going into a DC meeting about your book.
What does everybody need to know in 120 seconds about the laptop from hell and the Biden family?
Well, that the president's son is a crackhead.
I mean, he had his former crackhead.
He had terrible addiction problems from the age of 18.
And President Biden, what kind of a father is he that puts a son with those kind of addiction problems in front of gushing torrents of unaccountable cash from the shadiest parts of the world?
And it puts his son in harm's way, puts national security in harm's way.
