Time Text
What I would say is I'm going to shut down the virus, not the country.
I'm not going to shut down the country.
I'm going to shut down the virus.
I'll shut down the virus, not the economy.
I'm going to shut down the virus.
Once we shut down the virus, I'm going to shut down the virus.
I'm going to shut down the virus.
I'm not going to shut down the country, but I'm going to shut down the virus.
Or maybe not.
Welcome, dear friends.
Hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
And that was the man who sadly bears the title of President of the United States, getting very angry at certain events, shouting into the microphone, at times with a mask, at times without a mask.
I don't know why.
I guess he's denying science, saying he is going to shut down the virus.
Well, he's shutting down travel to America from eight African nations.
Who's the white supremacist now?
I guess it must be Joe Biden.
But hey, that's just acting to type, is it not?
This is the man who said, I don't want my children growing up in a racial jungle.
This is the man who praised his fellow Democrat segregationists as fine gentlemen.
And of course, this is the man who told us during the campaign that, well, you know, if you don't have the right Skin color.
You have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump and you ain't black.
And of course, most egregious of all, the thing that nobody, nobody who lives in this nation as an American should allow him to forget, irrespective of your skin color, is what Joe Biden did to a black American.
Such an egregious act.
That that black American called it on camera, in front of the world, a high-tech lynching.
Of course, Clarence Thomas, Judge Thomas, who had been nominated to the highest court in the land as an Associate Justice, but because he was black, And a conservative.
He had to be stopped.
By who?
By the then chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
A man called Joe Biden.
He was a racist then.
He's a racist now.
But when Donald Trump tried to protect this nation with travel moratoria, not from nations of a certain race, because Islam is not a race.
It's one of the first things I had to do in the Trump administration.
First weekend is go out.
on the cable news networks and explain, not justify, explain why we had temporarily put a halt on travel to the United States from the seven nations identified by our predecessors in the Obama White House as the hotbed of terrorism recruitment in the Middle East and elsewhere.
That was deemed to be racism.
Something that the Obama administration had analyzed was how we protect America.
Now we're doing it over... Hang on, let me get it right because apparently President Biden And even Dr. Fauci doesn't know how to pronounce it.
The Omicron variant.
Not the Omnicron.
The Omicron, which is a letter in the Greek alphabet.
Strangely enough, the World Health Organization, did you know, skipped a letter.
For some reason, they didn't go as they have been going in line alphabetically and naming variants because the virus that has Traveled from South Africa and elsewhere to Western Europe to Canada.
Yes, it's in North America.
We get it.
Should have been called the Xi.
The X-I.
But there's a certain individual in China who bears that name and therefore they didn't want to annoy the dictator of Communist China.
So the name is Omicron.
How corrupt?
How corrupt is the World Health Organization?
I guess if the next letter of the alphabet had been Trump three years ago, they wouldn't have had a problem with calling the variant the Trump variant, would they?
Of course not!
Because it's all politics.
Anybody tells you that, oh, oh, I, no, I can't get involved, or, oh, no, that, that requires a political answer, everything, everything is political.
Think of it.
Merely the name.
The name of the new variant.
Which, by the way, every piece of scientific data that we have indicates that this virus Variant may be more transmissible, but it is less dangerous.
Less dangerous!
So, here's my non-science-denying question to you.
Who cares?
Who cares if there is an epsilon, a gamma, a theta variant?
If they are less dangerous than a virus that already, for young Americans, has a mortality rate of 0.05%, who cares?
One of my most popular tweets over the weekend was, I don't care what Fauci says.
I couldn't care less.
Why?
Because the man is the apotheosis of arrogance.
The interviews he gave this weekend tell you everything you need to know about him.
Because this bureaucrat, who's been in his position as director of that institute for 37 years, taking home $413,000 of your taxpayer money every year, in addition to all the patent royalties he gets and all the speaking fees, that man believes That he is science.
Yes.
That's what the little fascist Fauci thinks.
Cut 4.
Anybody who's looking at this carefully realizes that there's a distinct anti-science flavor to this.
So if they get up and criticize science, nobody's going to know what they're talking about.
But if they get up and really aim their bullets at Tony Fauci, well, people could recognize there's a person there, so it's easy to criticize.
But they're really criticizing science.
Because I represent science.
That's dangerous.
To me, that's more dangerous than the slings and the arrows they get thrown at me.
And if you damage science, you are doing something very detrimental to society.
You know what really is dangerous?
Anybody who thinks they're science.
I remember a person who thought she was science.
She was...
Elena Ceaușescu, the wife of the communist dictator of Romania, who awarded herself degree after degree, made herself the top of the Academy of Science, and literally evinced an attitude that she was science.
She was the wife of one of the most bloodthirsty dictators who modeled himself after Stalin.
And that's exactly what we're seeing in the attitude of Fauci.
Fauci, who in the selfsame interview, let the cat out of the bag.
Now we know who he voted for, because this is what he thinks about politics in something called January the 6th, which I'm not sure how it pertains to the Epsilon Theta Gamma variant, but it's from his own lips.
Cut seven.
Senator Cruz told the Attorney General you should be prosecuted.
Yeah.
I'd have to laugh at that.
I should be prosecuted.
What happened on January 6th, Senator?
Yeah, what?
What has that got to do with Ted Cruz?
You creepy Democrat.
Well, now we know!
He brings up January the 6th when he is asked about his criminal culpability for health policies The likes of which you've never seen.
You don't need masks!
You need masks!
Now you need double masks!
Oh, and his last response to the Gamma variant.
Oh, just be very, very afraid.
Just prepare for the worst.
Cut it.
Expect to be seeing more lockdowns again, new lockdowns, more mandates.
You know, I don't know, George.
It's really too early to say.
We just really need to, as I've said so often, prepare for the worst.
No.
No.
We're not going to give you more power.
Because you are the most dangerous quote-unquote health expert since Margaret Sanger.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Mic's back on.
Sally?
Where is it at?
It's New Jersey.
I was just kidding.
I'm having too many flashbacks of ex-girlfriends.
This is Geoff with Sebastian.
I was just gonna say, we got banned from YouTube for a reason.
Are you kidding me?
Alright, give me the Dr. Segal, please.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
Did you say he's got a book or not?
It was last year, but yeah.
That's all right, I'll find it.
COVID, the politics of fear.
I have the image.
Politics of fear?
COVID, uh, it's on the screen.
The politics of fear and the power of science.
COVID and the politics... Okay, 20 seconds.
Of... Oh, sorry.
Put one on hold, John.
Okay, yeah.
The politics of fear and the power of science.
Alright, uh, ten seconds.
Yes.
Standing by.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Job Creators Network.
Do you want the bad news or the good news first?
The bad news, you guys know, if you pay attention, if you listen to us every single day, they cancelled our trip to Israel this year because of the China virus.
But it's okay.
Here's the good news.
We've been in touch.
We've got it all cleared up with the Israeli government.
We're back.
We've got our dates.
November 30th, December 9th, next year for the Trip of a Lifetime with my colleague Dinesh D'Souza.
We are going to travel to those places you may only have read about in the gospel.
Reserve your tickets today for the Trip of a Lifetime.

That's 855-565-5519 or go to StandWithIsraelTour.com.
First guest of the day, so exciting man.
He's almost as hard to get on the show as President Trump, but we got both of them.
He is professor of medicine at Langone Institute at NYU.
He is the author of a superlative book called COVID, The Politics of Fear and the Power of Science.
Dr. Mark Siegel, welcome back to America First.
Great to be on with you, Sebastian.
Did you notice President Biden today, up at the podium, maskless on the mic, giving a public health lesson, saying that you only have to wear a mask when you're not speaking, and then when you were spewing and shouting into the microphone, you don't need a mask.
That was a very interesting public health lesson, wasn't it?
It was so strange.
We played a clip of him at the open of the show shouting, most often saying, I'm going to stop the virus.
And sometimes he had a mask on, sometimes he didn't.
We saw him this weekend in Nantucket with his wife without a mask in public.
Very strange.
Dr. Siegel, who are the science deniers in the current debate over COVID?
Well, I don't know who he's referring to, and one of the reasons that that's so unfortunate is that science itself is an evolving process, a learning process, and the learning, actually, that went on with the prior administration led to a vaccine in an unprecedented period of time.
And that's not been championed, nor did the therapeutics that have come out that President Trump was very, very excited about when I met with him last July, and they're coming out.
So, and the testing, which hasn't been adequately sent around the country by the Biden administration.
You know, so in other words, we've had a lot of biotechnology.
That's science.
We're learning about this virus.
I don't know who he's referring to.
Maybe it's the politicians that stand up there at the podium and give public health pronouncements.
Could it be that?
Well, I played a cut and I have to get your response.
We have Dr. Anthony Fauci in his position for 37 years, takes home $413,000 of taxpayer money, who at the weekend said attacks on him are attacks on science because I am science.
He actually said that.
Isn't that dangerous when any one individual believes they are science, Dr. Siegel?
Well, sure, especially because that is dangerous because people are wrong.
And he's been wrong.
He's a very bright guy.
He's got a tremendous history, HIV forward, but no, he's not science.
And one of the ways that science comes about, and this is really important, is that things that seem to be experimental, We like to say science is throwing things at the wall.
It's not about dogma.
It's about learning and experimenting.
That's where the word experiment comes from.
Everyone would agree that the word experiment fits with science.
Well, experiment means you didn't know and then you learn.
It's humble.
Science is humble.
And the idea that it's based upon consensus as if doctors vote.
Doctors don't vote.
I thought they test things out and see if they work based upon a hypothesis.
There's no consensus in science.
In fact, it's based on debate, and it looks like debate has gone out of the public discourse in this country right now.
I mean, you know, you get vilified on social media if you even say you're a conservative.
I mean, all of that is deeply disturbing.
I like to say, by the way, I'm okay with people that believe in government, but are you talking about the post office?
I mean, what government agency are you talking about that actually works?
So, it's gotten to the point where it's vilification, it's ridicule.
It's my way or the highway, it's bullying, it's shaming.
I don't know what country this is.
My wife from the Soviet Union, she says this reminds me of where I grew up right now, except over there though, Sebastian, over there, you knew who to bribe.
Here you don't.
Oh my gosh, great line, the book is COVID, the politics of fear and the power of science.
Follow this man right now, he's a truth teller, Dr. Mark with a C, Mark Siegel on Twitter.
Tell us what we do or do not know about Omicron, not Omnicron as the president and Fauci called it today.
My initial research is Yes, it's a new variant.
It should have been called the She variant if we followed the Greek alphabet.
It is perhaps more transmissible, but at the current time seems to be less deadly.
What can we know at this point and how should it change the way we live our lives, Dr. Siegel?
Sebastian, if you had a sense of humor, can you imagine?
I mean, you do, but can you imagine calling it the She-Variant?
And what kind of justice would that be?
I mean, that would be tremendous, wouldn't it?
But in all seriousness, viruses are trying to survive.
They're like anything else, and I'm in the group that considers viruses alive.
And so they're trying to survive, and the way they survive is by spreading easily.
And South Africa has actually done a terrific job here and doesn't deserve to be ridiculed, marginalized, banned, all this stuff.
They found this.
I don't think it originated there, but they found it and they've told the world about it.
Not the WHO, mind you, who sits there waiting until they have to call a press conference because they're forced to.
South Africa actually found this in the water.
They found it in sewage.
There's signs that it may be very contagious, but you know what?
There's also signs that it may be milder than the previous variant, the Delta variant.
You know why that's good?
That's what happens historically in pandemics.
That's what happened in 1918.
Because viruses actually want to be your friend.
They don't want to kill you.
They want to spread from you to someone else.
Yeah, there's no point being a virus if everybody you infect dies, because then you can't spread, correct?
And viruses know that.
I'm not saying that they're conscious.
Viruses may be smarter than some people, but they're not conscious.
And so yes, the milder the better in terms of viruses doing what they want to do, which is be a parasite and spread from person to person.
So I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being milder than Delta.
If it is, it ends up being very good news.
I also think that That the vaccines will cover this.
There'll be a hiccup.
They may not cover it to the same extent, but they will cover it, and that's being tested right now, and I expect that that will... We're almost out of time.
I've been wanting to ask this question to you for several months.
Your reaction to the idea that children, infants should be vaccinated if they're otherwise healthy, what is your take?
Well, believe it or not, I don't know about infants.
We're not there yet, but I'm okay with children getting the shot because they're using a much lower dose.
I think it decreases spread, which to some extent, which is what I want, because the spread is the problem here.
And so far, it's been very good with that.
I'm not against that at all.
What I'm against is Forcing mandates on children.
That's something I'm against all across the board.
Excellent.
All right.
Stay on the line.
I have a question I'd like to ask you.
But in the meantime, please follow this man at Dr. Mark Ziegle on Twitter.
That's Mark with a C. The book is COVID.

What we know about Omicron!
And then... I can't get over that.
What should we call the monologue?
Fauci thinks he's science or something like that.
Fauci thinks he's a god.
Well, you know, when they attack me, they're really just attacking science.
I mean, the fact that he actually says that in front of a camera!
You can be a loony megalomaniac and believe it, but to say on a camera during an interview, I am science?
I mean, seriously, if you look up Elena Ceausescu, that is what she thought.
I am no man as I am every man, and therefore I am!
Unbelievable.
Alright, these foushee cuts are so good.
They really are.
Alright.
He needs like a scepter or something to pound into the ground and say, I am science!
He is losing it.
Alright.

Thank you for that kind text from Agnes.
You know who you are.
You know that I fully support the amazing work of the Job Creators Network and their fighting for small businesses across the nation.
Now they've turned up the heat even more.
Despite two federal court rulings ordering a stay of Biden's illegal and unconstitutional vaccine mandate, the administration is plowing forward as if those judicial rulings never occurred, demanding that small businesses move forward with forcing their employees to vaccinate or lose their jobs.
JobCraters Network President Alfredo Ortiz has said it's time to stop the White House bullying of American businesses.
And as such, JCN has filed notice with the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals with regards to Biden's inappropriate bullying of American businesses.
Stand with him.

Welcome to America First.
Good afternoon, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you for taking my call again.
Sure.
I would like to paraphrase Chris Plantos.
Fauci's science is in quotation marks with her fingers.
And I will trust Dr. Fauci's science when science resumes the belief and knowledge that there are only two genders that you're born with and that life begins at conception.
Wouldn't that be, John, what a brilliant idea.
Somebody like who's the only journalist in the White House?
Oh, yes, Peter Doocy.
John, what if Peter Doocy during one of Fauci's lectures to the world said, Dr. Fauci, how many genders are there?
What do you think he'd say? - Okay.
He would probably waffle towards what the left is preaching these days about how, I don't know, 26 genders now?
hour no no no no no on facebook there's 56 or something come on john get up to speed man i'm sorry i'm behind the times you're just not working You're clearly, clearly a non-politically non-woke individual.
And for that, we were going to give you an America First hat.
Stay on the line, John.
Great call.
Great start to the day.
Let's go to Dave, Columbus, Ohio.
Dave, welcome aboard.
Dr. Gorka, thank you.
This is the third time I've talked to you.
You've been super gracious each time.
I've got a curveball for you.
Today, the FBI announced that about six years ago, a man named Connor Betts, he was 24 years old, he was in Dayton, Ohio, he had an AR, and he shot a large number of people.
The reason I'm calling you is the fact that, A, you're a gun guy, B, you're a national intelligence guy.
Apparently what happened is, Conor Betts in 2019, USA Today, The Mirror, AP, and Dayton Daily News all reported that this same Conor Betts had repeatedly threatened to kill people at his school, just as Nicholas Cruz did at Marjory Stoneman Douglas.
He had a rape list, was expelled, a kill list, was expelled, and went back, but was still able to obtain a firearm.
The concern is the FBI is stating that it was fatigue that caused nobody to report this kid is a concern to the FBI.
Okay, so what's the question?
So the question is is how many times is the current administration's FBI going to be able to misdirect on a situations where they drop the ball and there's a clear threat.
Good question.
So here's my response to that.
And I should leave more time for this, but we're up against the heartbreak.
That is not the job of the FBI.
So when you have like the Parkland shooter, when the Parkland shooter has more than what, 42 engagements with local law enforcement, the FBI, That's local law enforcement dropping the ball.
The FBI, thankfully, has a very limited remit that has to do with certain federal crimes, hostage taking, bank robbery and so forth and counterterrorism.
If you're talking about a local actor who's not a terrorist, who's just demented or has other reasons like the Parkland shooter, it is the responsibility of local law enforcement and the local administrators of those schools, those superintendents.
So the FBI, sadly, is a shadow of its former self targeting parents across America.
But when it comes to school shootings.
I'm sorry, that's not the job of federal law enforcement, and it never should be.
Great question, Dave.
More your cause here in America.

Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Did you have a blessed, peaceful, high-calorific content Thanksgiving?
I did.
For some reason we had a lot of fried chicken.
As well as turkey.
I had to give an interview.
I was with family.
My mother-in-law was getting married.
Yes, married at 82.
God bless her.
And I had to give an interview for British television from my bed and breakfast in Maryland.
And the studio on the other end said, nice, nice setup.
I was sitting in the sitting room with the bed and breakfast.
They said, love the Christmas tree.
Yeah, the hotel had a Christmas tree already decorated.
I don't, I don't, it's just, it's weird for me.
I'm from Europe, okay?
And in Europe, the Christmas tree arrives on the afternoon of Christmas Eve.
The kids are taken to Mass and then magically baby Jesus brings the Christmas tree.
And you come home and it's there with all the presents!
And you celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve!
Even the presents are opened before dinner on Christmas Eve, and I've just spent 26 years arguing with my wife that that's how we should do it, and most years I lose.
But, all fun things aside, Christmas is almost upon us, and I wish you the very, very best Christmas possible.
But can we do something for those Who won't have the kind of Christmas we wish for ourselves and our loved ones.
It's just 27 days to go.
And there are more than a million children in this country who will not have a blessed Christmas.
Why?
Because their mother is in prison.
Or their father is in prison.
And they'll feel guilty.
They'll feel stranded.
They'll feel vulnerable.
But you can make a difference.
Chuck Colson's Prison Fellowship has an amazing program and every year we, through your support, make it possible for these children to receive presents through the Angel Tree Fellowship.
Yeah.
A donation from you for just $25 will mean that one of these children receives a Christmas gift from their incarcerated parent with a message of love From the gospel as well.
One of those is called Cassidy.
And her father is in prison.
And she has benefited from your being an angel tree donor.
Listen to Cassidy.
If you're thinking about donating to Angel Tree, it's a really good thing to do to contribute to us kids because it'll make us feel special and make us feel like we're important in life and it'll make us feel loved, you know?
And everyone wants to feel loved.
Thank you, Angel Tree, for helping me connect with my dad.
Makes me feel important.
Everybody wants to feel loved.
And how much joy can you bring to those who've lost a parent through no fault of their own?
Please make a difference today.
Please donate as much as you can.
A hundred dollars is for children.
For children you're helping.
But give whatever you can.
Give as much as you can.
Please go to my website SebGawker.com and click on the angel tree banner right at the top.

Let's go to Sylvia in California.
We lost you for a moment, but you're back.
Yes, I am.
I accidentally got hung up on, I thought, so I thought I was on hold all that time, but I guess I wasn't.
Well, we're glad you're back.
What's your question?
What's your contribution?
My question is about this.
Is this the third or fourth variant, supposedly?
Didn't we have another one before this one?
We did.
We did.
This is the third.
This is a third vote.
I heard on the radio, good trustworthy news, that there's a scientist in South Africa that said this is probably going to be the mildest variant that we're going to come across.
Right.
And as Dr. Siegel said just a few moments ago, it could be a very, very good sign that initial reports about the, let's just call it the G variant.
We're going to call it the G variant here on America First.
Exactly.
It seems it may be more transmissible, it may be easier to pass on, but it seems to be less dangerous to those who catch it, which is a natural progression for viruses.
They lessen their lethality over time.
So this new variant is not something to be afraid of.
It could be a sign that we're winning.
Exactly.
And we're always going to have things like this.
We're always going to have viruses.
We're always going to have things like this.
And I don't know why Everyone, well not everyone, but you know on the left, why they're panicking so much.
I don't understand it.
Because fear mongers, fear mongers like Fauci are panicking them.
That's why.
And he's not following the science because I had COVID in July.
And I've gotten three blood tests since then.
And I have a very, very high rate of antibodies.
And my doctor tells me, don't worry, your antibodies are going to take care of you.
There is no, this is just, this is what you will not be told.
That anybody who's had any variant of COVID, doesn't matter which variant, has more antibodies in their body than any vaccine can provide them, Sylvia.
And he said, and my doctor said, there's nothing out there that says how long this antibody could last for years and years and years.
Yeah, exactly.
There are certain natural immune responses that can last for decades or that can last forever, and we're being told more masks, we're being told more boosters, we're being told this variant is more dangerous than anything we've seen before, and none of it is based upon science that is verified.
So, God bless you, Sylvia.
And, oh, did I cut you off?
Is there something else you'd like to say?
One thing I was going to say is my daughter's, I'll say it very fast, my daughter's best friend's husband was told by her work, you have, by his work, you have to get the shot.
And he says, no, my body, my choice.
The next day he went in, they said, yeah, it is your body, your choice.
Here's your pink slip or here's your shot.
Wow.
And he either put his family on the streets or get the shot.
And he got the shot and he, he was in bed for two weeks after the shot.
It hit him hard.
Well, that's the kind of tyranny that we are living under.
He should have found a lawyer.
He should have clubbed together with others who didn't take the shot because it's time to say no to use what they've said about mass murder in the womb since Roe v. Wade.
My body, my choice.
God bless you, Sylvia.

Eat a bucket of KFC chicken every day.
Every Christmas.
How many of them do?
You know what that is?
That is a Shad fact.
It's like Shad.
That's a Shad fact!
That's something he would come up with.
Shad would be very proud right now.
He'd come up with a lot of... He used to go to the History Channel.
Or this day in history.
You must know Royal Farms, right?
Yes.
Their fried chicken is amazing.
I had not had it until I moved here.
It's very good.
It's bloody good.
It's really, really good.
I know.
That's who provided it.
They have a very good buffalo chicken sandwich.
I'll say I hadn't had a lot of Popeyes before I moved out here, because they're more common out here, but I've come to find I enjoy Popeyes a little bit more.
I'm not a big fan of Popeyes.
It doesn't do anything for me.
The farther south you go, the better the chicken gets, and it's not debatable.
It's crazy.
The farther south?
You go one state lower, one state lower, the chicken gets better and better and better.
And you don't want to come back?
We were driving somewhere.
We were driving somewhere south and we just stopped.
Hole in the wall, side of the road.

It was incredible.
Very incredible.

of underage women of young girls of course for Jeffrey Epstein who died in 2019 in a Manhattan jail cell this is not being covered it is a federal court which usually is not televised but she is being charged for sex trafficking of underage women and just wanted to share with you this fact the prosecutor is somebody called Maureen Comey
Yes, that, Comey.
Disgraced FBI Director James Comey's daughter is the federal prosecutor in the Epstein-Maxwell trial.

David, North Carolina, welcome to America First.
Yes, good afternoon.
Well, for me it is.
It was interesting.
You mentioned that Christmas was just a one day kind of thing for you as you were growing up in Great Britain.
My dad was a very poor sharecropper and he said that there was this great anticipation for Christmas, but they only celebrated a day or two.
And then he said after that, he was not given to emotion, but I could, I could read it in him that after Christmas, what did you have to look forward to for the rest of winter?
You know, But springs and it just we have so much Christmas that we're blessed with it.
So are you in favor of a shorter Christmas or not, David?
I think I think it could make people appreciate it more instead of going, oh goodness, will these Christmas songs in the store ever shut up?
Yeah, no, I think I think you're right.
I think you're going to get Christmas fatigue, right?
And part of it is the songs never really deal about what Christmas was about.
They're always just some happy-go-lucky secular.
That's why the carols, I love the old-school carols that actually talk about why this is the season of our salvation, why it is our Lord and Savior's birth that we celebrate, not A partridge in a pear tree.
Thank you, David.

This is America First, and here's your host, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
And the misdirection played by Matt Gaetz, I think, blew up on this show tonight.
I think Bob Kent is credible, and I don't see anything in his suggestions to the father that would qualify under any legal reckoning of extortion.
Listen, yes.
With that story, I like to proceed with caution.
I believe in innocent until proven guilty.
We've already established that.
But they're two different things.
So I don't know.
The investigation of what Gaetz did?
You gotta wait for the facts.
Right.
We don't know them.
The whole thing about... The extortion thing?
Extortion, yes.
One might be fact, this extortion thing, Fugazi.
You mean Fugazi?
Some kind of Italian you are.
Oh my gosh, Fredo.
Well, we have the facts.
Nobody in the mainstream legacy-lying media is reporting about it, but I have it here.
Breitbart.com, Paul Bois, Florida businessman Stephen Alford, pleaded guilty in federal court to attempting to extort 25 million from Congressman Matt Gaetz's family in exchange for making as of yet unproven allegations of sexual impropriety against the congressman disappear.
Quote, Alford who had entered a not guilty plea on October 1st changed that plea at 2 p.m.
Monday in Pensacola before the magistrate to guilty.
Guilty of wire fraud on three counts.
So Matt Gates was right, and we are delighted.
He's in the midst of celebrating, being vindicated.
Of course, we knew it all along, and he's with us right now.
Congressman Matt Gates.
Why isn't the mainstream media reporting on this story?
Matt, are you there?
Yes, Dr. Gorka, thanks so much for having me.
I have not seen as much coverage of the guilty plea of my extortionists as I saw of the false, now debunked, allegations that, you know, were really, I think, inflamed rumors.
And so now I'm just hopeful to continue my work in the Congress.
I will say, Dr. Gorka, this guy who pled guilty wasn't working alone.
Someone else, Bob Kent, went on television, went on Chris Cuomo's show, and pitched this $25 million scheme as a legitimate endeavor.
Well, now you have Stephen Alford, who was Kent's partner in the endeavor, pleading guilty to it, but then you wonder, well, why isn't there a cooperation agreement?
Why isn't Alford Forced to flip on Kent and to flip on the former DOJ official who was scheduled to take the wire the very day after the New York Times released these anonymous allegations against me.
And the concern I have is that the person with contacts to the DOJ, the person with contacts to the intelligence community, who were involved in this scheme Don't seem to be a part of the accountability to date, and there seems to be no requirement that Alford flip on them.
That concerns me.
That really does concern me.
The other thing, if you really compare the indictment of Alford to the guilty plea, he crashed his phone.
Remember when the Mueller team went and all crashed their phones so that we couldn't see what was going on?
So Alford crashes his phone.
He's initially by the FBI agents here in North Florida charged with the destruction of that evidence, and that charge just goes away.
It totally goes away, and so now we're unable to track the people Alfred was talking to who set up this scheme.
And that really goes to the core of this entire scandal.
It's a scandal for those who were trying to use false allegations to try to get my family to pay money in some crime.
So here's my question for you.
Look, you're vindicated.
This guy should, you know, rot in hell for what he did to you and your family.
And you've got work to do.
I mean, clearly this was an attempt to stop you fighting for your constituents and for the Republic on Capitol Hill because you are dangerous to the swamp.
And you need to get back to doing that.
We're going to talk about some of the things that you're doing right now.
But when are we going to get the full scoop here?
Because, you know, The Swamp isn't going to tell us the truth about the accomplices, the connections to the IC.
Do you have a plan?
Are there any investigative journalists out there who you think you can trust to tell us the true story about the people who tried to take you down, Matt?
Well, certainly I would give kudos to Emily Brooks at the Washington Examiner.
She originally published the story of the extortion when other outlets turned it down.
And now her reporting There are tapes of Stephen Alford implicating a lot of very powerful people, and those tapes need to be made public because they will allow us to source this scheme back to its corrupt origin.
And I am going to be, you know, pursuing all my legal options to try to get those tapes into the public square.
I've called for the FBI and the Department of Justice to release them.
Now that Alford has pleaded guilty, there's no basis, no reason for them to not release these tapes unless, of course, they're pursuing my other extortionists.
And so that's what I really want them to do.
We'll see if they pursue my extortionists.
With the same vigor that they've pursued parents who show up to school board meetings who don't want their children taught critical race theory.
Yeah.
Well, he is the author of the book Firebrand, the podcast Firebrand.
You can follow him at Rep Matt Gates.
He's on his way back to the swamp.
We're going to get him in studio.
I think we've got to do it as we did last time with MTG.
What a riotous hour that was with you and Marjorie Taylor Greene in studio.
Look, it was clear to me at the onset Knowing you, having broken bread with you, had you on the show numerous times, that you had to be attacked, you had to be taken out like my old boss, President Trump, because you're effective and because you're on Capitol Hill fighting the swamp.
Is this the...
By the way, they did the same to you, Dr. Gore.
Oh, yeah.
When President Trump wanted you there at the most high-impact moments of his presidency, defining America's role in the world, there were a lot of people in the national security apparatus who were very threatened by the ideas that they had seen you already present to the country.
And so to push back against those ideas, they used every tool in the toolbook, including dragging their feet on your national security clearance so that you could be right there driving that America First value set that you and President Trump shared.
So it's sort of different tools that the establishment uses to try to deplatform, destroy, compromise people.
Frequently it's done through campaign donations, and I don't take campaign donations from lobbyists or political action committees.
And so I do think that there across the political spectrum was an effort to try to destroy me.
I wanna thank the folks at Project Veritas So this is my question to you.
What is the lesson learned that you want to send to all those freshmen congressmen and women or all those people in the media spotlight?
Let it be a lesson to the entire American person.
So this is my question to you.
What is the lesson learned that you want to send to all those freshman congressmen and women or all those people in the media spotlight?
This is a mark of being effective, is it not?
Yeah, I tell folks like, you know, Lauren Boebert, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Madison Cawthorn, folks who I think are really untethered from the corrupt influences of this place.
You know, there's two kind of fighters in this town.
Those who've had a scandal and those who will have a scandal because they gin up nonsense.
I mean, I saw that with Cawthorn, you see that with Boebert, where they really try to focus you on everything other than the task at hand.
And one thing that President Trump taught us, you can't let the process be the punishment.
You have to remain focused and driven for the mission for the people.
And never ever apologize for anything.
Fight, fight, fight.
That's this man's reputation and that's why he's a good friend of the show.
Follow him, Rep Matt Gaetz.
Read his book, listen to his podcast.
They're both called Firebrand.
Tell us about your latest plan.
Super excited.
You know I'm a gun guy, Second Amendment guy.
What is the lesson from Kenosha and what are you suggesting on Capitol Hill?
Well, I'm going to be introducing a national stand-your-ground law.
I believe in no state, in no municipality, in no jurisdiction of our great land should someone have the legal duty to retreat.
That is what most Americans believe.
That's what the jury system reflects.
But in some states and some jurisdictions, There's literally a duty on someone outside of their own home to take that beating, to turn their back and run.
In Florida, we, I think, pioneered the Castle Doctrine and the Stand Your Ground laws that gave people strong self-defense rights.
And I think that this written house verdict really shows where the country is, and we should have a national law to reflect that American principle of self-defense.
You know, Dr. Gorka, in the Soviet Union, one of the first things the communists did was erode the right of self-defense.
I don't want to see that happen here.
Not only the Soviet Union, whether it's Hitler's Germany, whether it was Venezuela eight years ago, it's the first thing they do.
It's how they turn citizens into subjects and how a free population simply becomes a population that cannot defend itself or remove a usurpatious or dictatorial regime.
What's your last message to all of those out there?
You're seeing the mama bears rise up at the school board meetings.
What's your message to those who haven't been attacked like you have, but who feel intimidated, Congressman?
Well, we cannot fly our American flag at half-mast.
We have to embrace this movement with full-throated advocacy, with our time, with our treasure, and the good news is we've got the wind at our back.
Polling I was reviewing this morning showing that more Americans are turning to the Republican brand And more Republicans believe that Donald Trump is the best candidate to win in 2024.
That's what I believe now.
We just got to go get it done.
And they're doing it because of people like you.
God bless you.
He was vindicated.
We knew it.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
America First.
Let me go ahead and... Oh.
Give me just a moment here.
What do we got?
*Dramatic music* Mic on.
Let me go ahead and...
Oh.
Give me just a moment here.
What do we got?
Three and a half minutes.
Want me to dial him up now?
Not yet.
Okay.
Um, further titles.
Well, title for that one, I guess.
Um, I'm Vindicated.
Yep.
I'm Vindicated.
Also need a title for the, uh, Circe.
I didn't get that last week from you.
Yeah.
I got Wilkie and I got, uh, Circe.
Just need Circe.
Yes.
We can beat Hollywood.
Nice.
Beat Hollywood.
What is so funny, Landrum?
Netflix the other night.
Again, I came back on Friday, so I had the weekend to readjust to the time zone difference.
I saw on Netflix had Bram Stoker's Dracula, the 1918 one.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Gary Oldman and Anthony Hopkins, and that was interesting.
I just couldn't help but think that Gary Oldman, the makeup when he's in character as Dracula looks a lot like the Emperor from Star Wars.
It does a little, but the hair's different.
The hair's off, yeah, with a strangled face.
And then, of course, Keanu Reeves trying and failing very hard to do the proper transition.
That is the worst.
It's such an amazing movie, except for his accident.
Just destroys it.
So bad.
Right, right, Geoff?
So bad.
Not as good as the first one, right?
Yeah, I love Bram Stoker's Dracula 1890.
All right, I'll dial him up now.
Skype channel one.
All right, we've got merch here.
Two minutes.
Do you remember who it was who said you can't call them looters?
It was the local fillet, wasn't it?
Hello, Mr. Solomon.
Hey, guys, how are you?
Happy Monday.
Hey, hey, hey.
Good Thanksgiving.
I did.
How about you?
Crazy.
My 82-year-old mother-in-law got married for the third time.
You're kidding!
No, no.
She had a big, big party.
Big party.
That's a memorable moment.
Oh yes, it was.
We were in a big tent in Maryland at 38 degrees, but it was fun.
It's still a great memory, though.
That's funny.
You?
What did you do?
Family?
Yeah, mostly just hung out at the house.
I did a lot of writing.
We were short on staff, so I pitched in, did some stories.
Oh, good for you.
But it was good, yeah.
It's been a weird week for holidays.
The Black Lives Matter ruined both Christmas and Thanksgiving with his tweets.
And then the Salvation Army story we broke, and that really took a while.
Okay, we're going to talk about the Salvation Army one, okay?
What else is important to you?
I see the Omicron naming.
Okay.
Black Lives Matter saying that Christmas is a woke, excuse me, is a white supremacist capitalist ploy.
Remember all the companies that donated to them last year?
They all make their money on holiday sales, so they put their own corporate donor base into a predicament.
Buyer's remorse.
Yeah, exactly.
Alright, 30 seconds, we're doing merch here.
Alright, thanks guys.
No problem.
Thank you.
Okay.
Thank you.
Thank you.

It is Monday and we're going to check in with the man that we rely upon.
It's great to be with you.
is actual old-school journalism that investigates the truth and doesn't have a narrative.
He is the founder, the creator, the editor-in-chief of justinnews.com.
You can follow him at JSolomonReports.
Happy post-Thanksgiving Monday, John.
It's great to be with you.
I hope your holiday was great.
It was.
I've been regaling our millions of listeners with the rather unusual Thanksgiving I spent, but let's get to work.
Look, you're a businessman.
You're a very successful businessman, not just a journalist.
I have to ask you, you broke a story with regards to the Salvation Army.
We've seen some other reports with regards to people who funded Black Lives Matter.
Shouldn't businesses, I don't know, stay out of politics?
Yeah, or at least be aware of who they're funding before they give money.
So this year, the Salvation Army, we broke the story on Wednesday, where the Salvation Army had put out this new guide on racism that encouraged all white Americans to repent from their racist ways.
And that got enormous attention all across the country.
And earlier today, the Salvation Army announced that it is withdrawing that pamphlet, that it was No longer going to distribute it or use it in any of its trainings or in its distributions to folks.
That, after many donors spoke up and said, we don't want the Salvation Army involved in that sort of politics.
Likewise, Black Lives Matter.
Remember all of those companies that gave big money to Black Lives Matter after the George Floyd tragedy?
Well, they make a lot of their money during the Christmas shopping season.
The Black Lives Matter announced on Friday, something that we wrote over the weekend, that it is launching a Black Xmas campaign to portray Christmas as nothing more than a white supremacist Capitalist ploy.
All those companies are going to make their money on this holiday season.
That's their livelihood.
Black Lives Matter is impugning them.
Let's just dig a little deeper here.
So in case anybody was wondering, John's word usage is always very precise.
And he used those words, repent, correctly.
The Salvation Army's Pamphlet said that Americans, white Americans should quote lament, repent and apologize for their racism.
When you look at that level of political, I mean, this is a charity supposed to help people who are politically not categorized, but just people in need.
When you see that, John, and you see this decision by BLM to castigate Americans for celebrating Christmas, as somebody who now runs a very successful business, do you think, in addition to, you know, buyer's remorse from these corporations that gave millions to Black Lives Matter, will there be a reckoning?
Will they stop?
Or is it truly a case that if you want to be safe, you have to give in and fund the radicals?
You know, that's a great question.
I think a lot of people made that bet in 2020, and they're finding out, well, listen, there's a whole other half of America that doesn't buy that rhetoric, doesn't buy that philosophy, doesn't appreciate Marxism or anti-capitalism, and now they're feeling the repercussions of that.
We saw donors that said they wouldn't be contributing to the Red Kettle campaign.
That's one of the things that we reported.
The question we have now are all those Black Lives Matter donors, those corporate donors, what do they think we are calling all of those institutions today?
All those big companies, Nike, Target, all the people who gave money, we're calling them saying, hey, you make your money on Christmas season.
Do you feel comfortable with the Black Lives Matter Basically asking for a boycott of Christmas, calling it white supremacist capitalism.
We'll get the answers from those companies and we'll see where they fall.
But I think there's a lot of buyer's remorse, a lot of rethinking of rash decisions that were made in the moment of emotion.
His book is Fallout.
Nuclear bribes, Russian spies and the Washington lies that enriched the Clinton and Biden dynasties.
Biden dynasties?
This is a topic, John, that never stops giving.
You have written the key works.
You have been dogged for four years.
Miranda Devine has a new book out listing the 10 million dollar deal with the Chinese CFC energy company, where Hunter Biden was supposed to promote Chinese energy interests, the $80,000 diamond that Biden was offered.
Is there any sign, I just ask this naively, John, is there any sign that this individual, Hunter Biden, ever stopped doing things for countries that aren't our friends?
Listen, as we've pointed out, and you've done such a great job in your show pointing out, Hunter Biden would take a dollar anywhere.
It didn't matter whether the country hated America, loved America, whether it posed a conflict of interest for his father in his political role.
It didn't matter to Hunter Biden.
The pursuit of the almighty dollar was essential.
And you see this.
I mean, remember, let's just take China, the story that I think most people most remember about the China thing.
He helped broker the sale of Henniges, one of America's most important automake parkers, That's what the Biden family enterprise is about.
But why is that important?
That company also made the very special windshields that go into our fighter jets.
We turned over some of the best fighter jet technology to China, thanks to Hunter Biden, and he profited on it.
That's what the Biden family enterprise is about, profiting even if it comes at the expense of the American security.
Do we have conclusive proof?
Is there anything factual that we can point to whereby Hunter Biden on January the 20th divested himself or cut ties?
Or is this all still a black box of his connections to the Ukraine, to China and elsewhere?
Do we even know, John?
We don't know.
I mean, we have what they say.
They say, hey, we're not doing any more deals like this.
Hunter Biden's going to behave now, which is an implicit acknowledgment.
He wasn't behaving before.
But we've got the art deal right now, right?
What's the latest scam he has going?
He's selling, a guy who's never painted a picture of his life, suddenly selling paintings at high dollar auctions.
And you see these donors, and he said he wouldn't mingle.
He does mingle with them.
The Biden conflicts of interest will not go away because Hunter Biden can't stop the pursuit of money.
He is obsessed with money, and I think these conflicts will take us some time, but we'll continue to expose them.
Yeah, and in the midterms, as Jim Jordan said on the show last week, he doesn't want to be Speaker of the House because he, as Ranking Member, after the midterms, if the right result is actually brought by the voters, will become Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, and then the real, not the fake, The real investigations can begin.
In the meantime, prep yourself, read Fallout, Nuclear Bribes, Russian Spies, and the Washington Lies that Enriched the Clinton and Biden Dynasties by our special guests John Solomon and Shaunus Brunner, and follow him at jsolomonreports, and don't forget to bookmark the justthenews.com website.

Nice.
I was lucky too that I found out right before my flights back to California, the last season of Narcos Mexico came out, so I just downloaded that and watched.
Oh, my son loves that.
I'm not sure- This one wasn't as good.
I loved that show.
I wasn't sure which one I liked better.
Season 2's supposed to be good.
What's that?
Season 2's supposed to be the good one.
Yeah, there's two different ones.
There's Mexico, and then there's Israel.
They were all good, except for... I'm midway through this one.
It's a little slow.
Is it the original one, or is it Mexico?
Mexico.
Mexico, yeah.
The first one's about Escobar, and then the second one's... There's two seasons of each, I think.
Three seasons of each.
Yeah, I'm not sure which series I like better.
They have their strengths.
The third season of Mexico is really dark.
Like, there's a lot of, like...
Like, decent characters who do not get very fortunate, like, their stories don't end well, and I'm like, it's the most nihilistic season, I think.
Which season?
The third season of Mexico, this one that just came out.
It's very dark.
Which, I mean, I like that stuff, but it's, yeah.
I think the whole Escobar story was definitely the most interesting just because of who he was.
Alright, one minute.
- Yep. - Wanna come in with anything?
Um... Still have a few cuts.
We have Maxine Waters.
Yeah, let's come in with Maxine.
Maxine, cut nine.
30 seconds.
Hey, Prison Fellowship and Relief Factory as well.
20 seconds.
Stand by.
Standing by. Standing
by. Standing by.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
We know that they're evil.
We know that they lie.
We know that they don't give a darn about facts.
And so we've got to overcome that with the truth.
They're evil?
I mean, that's a strong word, Congresswoman.
Evil.
Oh, worse than that.
Worse than that.
Evil.
When you see the kind of attacks that you have talked about already, that's constantly being made by them, that's evil.
It's Maxine Waters.
The woman who, as a sitting member of Congress, said publicly If you see a member of the Trump administration, if you see a Trump supporter in public pumping gas in their car and picking up their groceries, you surround them.
You make them feel unwelcome.
You harass them.
And she's lecturing us on who the evil people are.
Now I rarely use the word evil.
I do use it.
For specific individuals, but listen to what she just said.
She said, Republicans are evil.
We, I don't see myself as a Republican.
I see myself, I don't like labels.
I'm a conservative, I guess.
Grew up under Thatcher.
Reagan is a political hero.
We look at the other political group as having bad ideas.
We don't see them all as evil.
Maxine Waters just said 74 million Americans, 74 million Americans are evil.
We don't believe that of Democrats.
Most political entities are led by people who don't think deeply about politics, are led by people who really are ideologically indoctrinated.
But most supporters don't spend much time.
They don't read ideological screeds or write them.
The ideas are bad.
This is the woman who thinks political differences are enough, enough of a reason to actually intimidate those who don't vote the way you do.
This is ultimately why we will win, but we have to understand the environment in which we function.
They don't want to convince us.
They can't convince us.
They know their arguments don't work.
Look at what's happened.
Look at the popularity, or lack thereof, of this administration.
We've never seen figures like this.
Not when I was in the White House.
Ten months in, we didn't have underwater popularity figures for not only the president, but the vice president, like we see with Biden and Kamala.
Why is that?
Because Americans understand.
When you're paying over $100 to put gas in your truck, When you have the most expensive Thanksgiving ever, when truck drivers coming to America are having to prove vaccination by federal fiat, as two million illegal aliens cross the border with no such requirement.
People know the ideas are bad and they will lead to ruin.
So what do they do?
It's like the way I was treated when I was in the White House.
You can't argue substantively against the things I was representing, such as the travel ban from certain countries, not Muslim countries, not Arab countries, certain countries identified as hotbeds of terrorism.
You don't argue the merits of the policy.
You attack the individual ad hominem.
You smear them.
You lie about them.
Why?
Because nothing else is going to work for your side.
You can't say, well, the threat analysis Gawker is discussing on CNN is of seven countries that the Obama administration left us as an analysis of the threat to America because that would make Obama the racist, would it not?
So, on the one hand, it is a sign of our victory.
We are winning because they have no substantive arguments.
But on the flip side, you have to have a spine.
You have to be prepared to fight.
You have to be prepared to stand in the arena and never, ever give up.
Now it's everybody's time.
You can be part of that solution.
Never censor yourself.
Run for local office, even if it's the library council.
You can make a difference or support somebody who is.
We will win.
Especially with you on our side.

Okay, we cannot let the Waukesha massacre, which is what it is, become just another victim of the propagandizing press that won't talk about it.
Here's a very interesting aspect.
This is from TheFederalist.com.
Dan O'Donnell.
The largest children's hospital in Wisconsin has been struggling to care for the patients injured in the Waukesha Christmas Parade attack, November 21st, in large part because of staffing shortages stemming from the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
Yes, because of Biden's mandate They're having problems caring for the children and the adults injured in that vicious, vicious terrorist attack.
And don't get me wrong, it was a terrorist attack.
That man hated President Trump.
He made racist statements about attacking white people.
And he hated Kyle Rittenhouse.
That man Made a political statement when he killed those five adults and that one young boy.
He is a terrorist and should be treated as such.
Further, not from The Federalist, this is from Breitbart.
One week after the Waukesha Christmas parade attack in which Daryl Ebrooks mowed down crowds of people with his SUV, as many as seven children remain in hospital.
Of the seven children, Three remain in serious condition, while three are in fair condition, and one is in good condition.
One of the children, 11-year-old Jessalyn Torres, had marks from an SUV's grill across her chest after the attack.
Her uncle, Ryan Konecki, said to the hospital staff, she told them,
At least 60 people were injured in the attack which happened last Sunday afternoon just before Thanksgiving holiday.
Six people have since been pronounced dead including eight-year-old Jackson Sparks.
Eight-year-old Jackson Sparks!
The five fatalities who were declared dead within hours of the terrorist attack were Wilhelm Hospel, 81, Virginia Ginny Sorensen, 79, Leigh Anna Owen, 71, Tamara Durand, 52, Jane Kulich, 52.
On Sunday afternoon, Waukesha residents shared a moment of silence and lit a blue light outside their homes to commemorate the attack.
The media and authorities still have not provided a motive detailing why Daryl E. Brooks, who expressed views sympathetic to Black Lives Matter on social media and who penned an anti-Trump rap song, allegedly carried out the attack.
There's nothing allegedly about it when you've got it on video.
When you can see him, cool as a cucumber, driving that vehicle, plowing it through the children.
And the adults, that is a terrorist attack.
Let's say thank you.
Let's say thank you for being blessed, for having survived COVID.
What's the most blessed thing you could do this Christmas?
You could work at a soup kitchen.
You can make a big donation to your favorite charity.
How about this one?
How about helping One or two or three of the more than a million children in America who will be afraid, who will feel guilty, who will be without a parent this Christmas through no fault of their own.
I'm talking about the girls and boys across this great nation who have a mother in prison or a father behind bars.
Chuck Colson did an amazing thing when he created the Prison Fellowship, and he did something even more incredible when he created the Angel Tree Program, something I am proud to support.
Why?
Because we connect you, our dear patriotic listeners, with these children who've done nothing wrong, 70% of whom will end up in prison or jail themselves.
Because they don't feel loved and because they're some of the most vulnerable children in America.
You can help break that cycle.
You can be a Christmas angel.
Just like our Lord and Savior told us, come unto me, the little children.
You can help those who most deserve our assistance.
$25 will get one of these girls or boys a Christmas present on behalf of their incarcerated parent.
As well as a message of love and the gospel from the Prison Fellowship Program.
A hundred dollars will send that message of Christian love to four children.
Will you donate that today?
For me.
For them.
For America.
Will you do that today?
Please.
Donate as much as you can, but just $100.
For four children.

- Hi, this is President this is President Trump, and Sebastian is really a friend of mine,
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
They advised the lockdowns and they got the lockdowns that they wanted.
The lockdowns were implemented throughout almost the entire nation for a year and they failed to stop the spread of the infection.
They failed to stop people from dying and they destroyed millions of people.
And what is worse, if I may go on about these government bureaucrats, Is that they were threatened by other input.
This is not the behavior of a scientist.
As you alluded to, science is nothing without being challenged on your views and being able to debate the science of it rather than just proclaim it as you.
But hang on, if I'm science, if I'm fascist Fauci and I'm science, you're not allowed to bring me facts that disagree with me.
How dare you!
That's Dr. Scott Atlas, who did advise President Trump.
We've got to get him on the show, because he's a truth teller.
I haven't mentioned it already.
I've had it on my notes here.
Jack Dorsey is leaving.
Well, not really.
Not until May, anyway.
He's leaving Twitter.
The CEO is handing over the reins to somebody called Parag Agarwal, who in his quasi-non-resignation letter, Jack Dorsey says, my trust in him
is bone deep it's a bit weird isn't it anyway um it's probably right he says that because this guy's as disturbing as Dorsey is uh our buddy JD Vance has dug up a tweet from oh my gosh a long long time ago 11 years ago from this somebody's been doing their research from Parag Agrawal's account where he just says this just i guess Yeah, reasons.
If they are not going to make a distinction between Muslims and extremists, Then why should I distinguish between white people and racists?
Oh, perfect.
The new CEO of Twitter thinks it's fine not to distinguish between white people and racists.
Which means all white people, as far as Parag Agrawal is concerned, are racists.
Which by itself Follow me here.
Follow the bouncing ball.
Is a racist statement.
Yes.
You, Mr. New Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, are a racist.
By your own hand.
By this tweet.

I don't know.
I'm getting old, but I'm probably pretty good from this range.
I don't know, I'm getting pretty old, but I'm pretty good at about three feet.
That is, of course, from Justified.
Dear friends, welcome back to America First.
This is One on One with actor, director, Nick Searcy.
Nick, welcome to One on One.
Thank you, Seb.
It's good to see you again.
Hey, Nick, I just asked my engineer to print out your bio and then your, what do they call it?
Your filmography.
And I think we've run out of paper here in the printer.
I'm just looking at, look at, this list is absurd.
Days of Thunder, Prince of Tides, Fried Green Tomatoes, Castaway, Flickr, on and on and on.
You've got the films you've directed, like Gosnell, and then TV shows like Nash Bridges, Chicago Hope, and of course, Justify.
Dude, do you sleep?
Do you ever sleep?
Well, every once in a while I get a job.
That's what my wife says.
I'm always around the house and then every once in a while I'm gone for a while.
All right, well, we're very, very impressed with what you've already produced.
We're going to talk about this amazing movie that aired Thanksgiving just a few days ago that you have made called Capital Punishment.
But first, as we do, we have millions of listeners across the nation.
Some of them may have been trapped under a rock for the last 40 years.
So just in case they don't know who Nick Cersei is, tell the world, all of our listeners and viewers, Where you hail from, where the Searcy's are from, how you got into this crazy business of films, and just tell us a little canned version of your life so far.
Well, I grew up in a little town in the mountains of North Carolina called Cullowhee, Cullowhee, North Carolina.
For some reason, there was a university in my town, and as a child, I did some plays at the university when I was about 11 or 12, and so after that, that was I got hooked on it and I just wanted to be an actor.
And of course, back then, living in North Carolina, I didn't know anyone that was an actor.
So I didn't really know how to go about it.
But, you know, I went to, studied acting in school, went to New York, did the plays, did the, you know, odd jobs and the limousine driving and all that stuff and found a way and moved back to North Carolina.
About 1989, when my daughter was born, and I wound up getting a part in a movie called Fried Green Tomatoes, which kind of put me on the map, and I kind of had a career after that.
So, that's it in a nutshell.
Now, you have a rather good Twitter game.
You're at YesNickCSE.
Your tag here is once guest-hosted for Rush Limbaugh.
I love always mentioning that.
Nick, you are clearly a conservative.
I think your new film demonstrates that.
Have you always been a conservative?
And if so, what was it like to be in the industry you're in?
Or were you apolitical?
Give us your political evolution, if you would.
Well, I think I was always kind of instinctively a conservative, but I wasn't paying much attention to politics until my daughter was born.
Up until that point, I was really focused on trying to get my acting career going.
So it just wasn't As much of a part of my life, but after my daughter was born in 1989, I started to kind of, it kind of makes you more serious about things.
And so I started to really pay attention a lot more.
And, uh, you know, ever since then, I mean, like I said, my career acting career pretty much started when I was still in the Southeast.
I was doing films like fried green tomatoes and the fugitive and phase of thunder.
And living in the Southeast as an actor, you know, you don't have to keep your mouth shut about politics.
So, by the time I moved to California, I'd already been running my mouth and it was too late to take it all back.
So, I didn't know I was supposed to shut up, so I never did.
Now, Fry Green Tomatoes was 30 years ago this year.
Yes, you were geographically, you weren't in the heart of Hollywood, but talk to us, You clearly had to travel, you had to go to studios, auditions or what have you.
What was the business like then, 30 years ago?
And how much has it changed?
Has it always been a cesspit and always totally woke?
Or have you actually seen it get worse in those three decades?
Well, it's definitely gotten worse.
I mean, you know, I can't remember ever really having much of a conversation about politics on a set until George Bush, George W. Bush got to be president.
And of course he was hated so badly by the Hollywood left that that's the first time I really noticed it.
And it's definitely steadily gotten worse from there.
Now it's completely toxic.
Anybody now who isn't a Democrat is some sort of racist white supremacist insurrectionist terrorist.
That's a pretty good summation for the insanity we're living in right now.
My very, very small experience, of course I've been doing TV for many years and I was an extra once in a very bad movie, but my No, it really was.
It was called Shadow Chaser.
Look it up, guys.
I'm one of the EMTs right at the end of the movie with my best buddy.
We hung out at Pinewood Studios for two days to get to dress up as EMTs.
It was a very bad Blade Runner ripoff.
But my experience is, the The artists, the directors, that's the woke crowd, the guys that actually do work, like lift stuff, you know, move cameras, the guys that actually sweat for a living.
My experience is that they're usually sort of the earth conservatives.
Is that an oversimplification?
Oh, yeah.
No, no, that's really true.
I mean, a lot of times, especially on the set of Justified when I was there, people on the crew would come up to me and you go, you know, I'm totally on your side.
I just don't want to say anything.
Yeah, no, that makes sense.
There's a lot more conservatives in Hollywood than you think.
They're just smarter than me and they keep their mouths shut.
Well, we're going to talk about your new movie.
We're going to talk about the message of your hat that looks like it's a regular MAGA hat, but in fact it says, Make America Talented Again.
We'll talk about that philosophical stance.
But first, let's dive in.
Let's talk about the film that came out for Thanksgiving.
You can check it out right now at CapitalPunishmentOfTheMovie.com.
Download it.
Watch it.
Capital Punishment.
What is it about?
Tell us about this film that you have directed or produced along with Chris Burgard.
Well, I was in Washington on January 6th, not because I was planning on making a movie, but just because I'm a great American.
And so I was there and I was making some just kind of touristy sort of iPhone videos or whatever.
And I saw people praying and singing the Star Spangled Banner and saying the Pledge of Allegiance.
And to me, it kind of looked like a tailgate party.
It was a lot of fun.
You know, I even called into the Rush Limbaugh show and gave a live report from the Capitol.
And I told them on the show, I said, you know, it's a lot of happy people here.
They're singing songs and it doesn't look dangerous at all.
But when I got back home and I turned on the news, of course, the only thing that was shown Was the violence that was happening and the break-in that was happening, which I didn't see any of at all.
They never showed the size of the crowd.
They never showed how many people were actually there.
So that's kind of how it came about.
I started to think, why are they lying about all this?
Why aren't they telling the truth about, you know, the majority of the people that were there?
And so that's kind of how the ideas began to make a movie.
And originally the movie was going to be called The Trouble with Free Speech because I saw it as a free speech issue.
I saw it as the government and the media trying to stifle the speech of people who went to Washington on that day by demonizing them.
But as we went on and started to interview more and more people that were being attacked basically by the FBI and by the Department of Justice, people that had done nothing more than I had done, just gone there, most of whom hadn't even gone in the building, we started to realize that these people were being intentionally punished by the government.
And that's why we changed the name of the film to Capital Punishment.
Is Capital Punishment Nick Searcy's attempt to set the record straight in some kind of documentarian way, or is it just a kind of eyewitness account of what you saw?
What's the best description for those who want to see it?
Well, it's setting the record straight.
I mean, we don't go into every aspect of it because we can't.
It's only a 90 minute movie, but it's more about I wanted to show people what that day was actually like for the people who were there.
So many people like me had the same experience.
They didn't see any violence, and they didn't even know it happened.
And also, just to show people how these people are being treated by the government.
No matter what party you're in, no matter what side you're on, I would like for you, if you look at this film, to just ask yourself, do you think this is the way any American should be treated?
Well, it's about time somebody did this.
Congratulations.
Kudos to you and your colleagues.
The movie is Capital Punishment.

The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
Nick, let's talk about what we have witnessed in the last 10 months, what we have seen in the transition from the what we have seen in the transition from the Trump administration to the current Biden, I prefer to call it You've been around a fair few years, you've been around the block, you're of a certain age.
Did you ever think it would be this bad, this fast?
I would say yes.
You know, I knew when the events of the election happened the way they happened, I knew it was going to get bad fast because I knew that the people behind the Joe Biden administration, you know, they're not Joe Biden.
It's kind of a cabal behind him that's putting words in his mouth and telling him what to do.
And I knew that they were going to move as fast as they possibly could to destroy as much of the country as they could get done.
Before any backlash happens, because that's what leftists always do.
Whenever they get both houses and they get the presidency, they move the ball down the field as far as they can, without any mercy whatsoever.
And then when the Republicans, you know, get back the house, we maybe take back five, six, seven yards, and then they get it again and move it even further down the field.
So I kind of figured, when Joe Biden was installed, that this was going to get really bad really quickly.
The film, Capital Punishment, talks about not what just happened on that day, but the consequences of it.
You said you expected it to be this bad, given the track record of Biden and the radicalization of the Democrat Party.
However, and this is hard for me to say, as the child of those who escaped a communist regime and whose father was imprisoned in a political prison, did you ever expect, as an American born in America, I am of course an immigrant, Did you ever expect us to have what we have today here in Washington, D.C., which is effectively political prisoners, Nick?
No, that part of it is shocking.
And, you know, I have friends from Romania, friends from Nicaragua, Venezuela, who tell the same kind of story.
I think people who have had the experience like you've had, where you've actually suffered under a communist regime, you have a better understanding Of what makes America unique than even some Americans that were born here.
And to see not only the people that are in jail, not only that, but the people that are being bankrupted and tortured by these political attacks.
The people that we interview in the film, they're mostly middle class people.
They don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars to mount a legal defense.
And what happens to these people is they pile up these charges on them, they threaten them with 28 years, and they give them a court-appointed attorney.
And most of the time, the court-appointed attorney is not really working for the client, they're working for the government.
They want to get the client to plead guilty, and so they come to them and they go, you're facing 28 years, you plead guilty to this one felony, you'll only do six months, and then you can get on with your life, you won't be able to vote, or you won't Be able to own a firearm, but you won't be in jail.
And so a lot of these people are afraid not to take the deal.
And then they can go around crowing, look, we got another domestic terrorist racist to admit that he did it.
And they pile that stuff up and say, look how successful our protection of the country is from these racist Trump supporters.
And perhaps for me, I know this may seem like a small thing when you're looking at the threat of 20 years incarceration or hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt.
But perhaps the most disturbing for me, Nick, is when these quote unquote defense teams are making the prisoners read certain books about quote unquote white rage.
And these prisoners, before they are tried, convicted and potentially let free or paroled, are forced to make statements, Nick, statements to the effect that, yes, Joe Biden is the president.
There was no election fraud.
That's straight out of Mao.
That's straight out.
You mentioned your, you know, your Romanian friends.
That is out of Ceausescu's Stalinist Romania, where you have to make this public avowal, this disowning of yourself.
That to me is the most chilling, Nick.
Yeah, it's absolutely sick.
It's like signing your confession that you love Stalin and you were a traitor to the USSR right before they execute you.
It really is sick.
That's intentional.
They are trying to demonize holding a different opinion.
They're trying to criminalize somebody who says, I believe the election was stolen.
That's not a crime.
People are allowed to believe that, but they want to make that a crime.
Yeah.
Are you encouraged?
I mean, clearly, you know, you're not giving up.
You're very outspoken in the public sphere.
You've made this new movie, Capital Punishment.
Are you encouraged by what we've witnessed in just the last few months and weeks?
The mothers talking out at the school board meetings, people like Stacey Langton, who's a regular on our show.
Are you buoyed by the results of the Rittenhouse trial, where 12 people, black and white, said, no, this is garbage.
He's not a white supremacist.
Are these very small victories, or do they make you think, aha, people are getting red-pilled, to use a movie term?
I do.
I am heartened by that.
I was surprised by the Rittenhouse trial verdict.
I was fully expecting those jurors to be intimidated, and they weren't.
And, you know, what's happening with the school boards, what's happened in Virginia, People are speaking out, and to me, that's one of the messages of this movie.
We have got to stop being afraid of these people, and we have to stop letting them bully us into silence.
We must continue to speak out, and we must continue to say what we believe to be true.
I'm seeing more and more people doing that, and I certainly hope it continues.
There was a lady who organized protests at school boards who had her door kicked in by the FBI last week because of Merrick Garland calling these people that go to school boards terrorists.
The government is not going to stop doing what it's doing because as far as they're concerned, it's working.
The only thing that's going to stop them is for us to not accept it and to continue to say, this is wrong, this is not the way America should work.
Cleave to the truth.
That's the message here on America First.
Send a message to those around you that you believe in this nation and you will not stand down.

Before we proceed with Nick to discuss his new movie, Capital Punishment, and why he's wearing a quasi-Maga hat, I want to thank everybody who has already donated to our Angel Tree Fund.
This is the program every, every year about Christmas time around Thanksgiving where we ask you to help the most unfortunate in America.
These are girls and boys, there are millions of them sadly, who've lost a mother or a father to the prison system.
They are vulnerable.
Truly vulnerable.
70% of them will end up in prison themselves.
Let's break the cycle.
Let's send them a message of love this year.
Like our Lord and Savior told us, come unto me, the little children.
They don't deserve to be ostracized.
We get your donations to provide them Christmas presents from their incarcerated parent with a message of Christian love.
Be that person today.
Please go to sebgawker.com and click on the angel tree banner and make a donation as much as you can.
If you've weathered COVID, this is where you can give back to the least fortunate, the girls and boys across America who've lost a parent.
To the judicial system.
You can call and make a donation to the Prison Fellowship at 888-206-2794.
That's 888-206-2794.
Or just go to our webpage, sebgorka.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com.
We are talking to Nicholas Searcy, or should I call you Chief Deputy Mullen, from FX's Justified.
He is the producer of a brand new movie called Capital Punishment.
Watch it today if you want to see something substantive about what truly happened on January the 6th.
Go to capitalpunishmentthemovie.com.
Nick, before we get deeper into the movie and to what you've been doing of late, your hat.
What is Make America Talented Again?
Please tell us.
Well, I'm not a politician, so I have my little world in which I work and I think my mission is to make America talented again.
You know, Hollywood has kind of ruined itself and basically told half, if not more than half, of America that they hate their guts and don't care if they watch their crappy shows or not.
So I am trying to bring talent back to America.
I'm a one-man wrecking ball doing that.
So let me ask you a question.
I've asked many guests from your world on this show.
Capitalism.
I've been told that Hollywood is about the almighty dollar and it's about making money.
If that's the case, how long can they last literally pissing off, as you said, half the potential audience?
When you have these virtue-sickling films, when you have these woke films, when you've got kowtowing to the Chinese Communist Party with the, you know, post-production re-edits of movies like Red Dawn to remove the Chinese enemy and paint in North Koreans, isn't there a point?
I mean, is ideology now so strong in Hollywood that they will go down with a sinking ship or will somebody say, uh, guys, Nobody's watching woke Star Wars anymore.
Tell us, tell us your expectation.
Well, here's my, this is my theory about it.
They have insulated themselves from any consequences by now.
If you notice they ruined going to the movies for the last two years, you couldn't go because of COVID.
So the box office is now irrelevant.
It doesn't matter because what they're doing is they're making their movies for Netflix or they're making them for Amazon or they're making them for release in China.
Where you can still go to the movies.
And so you're paying a subscription fee to watch Netflix.
And that means you're subsidizing everything that's on that network, whether you agree with it or not.
And they don't really care if you watch it.
And a lot of how Hollywood has worked over the years anyway, is that they'll make 10 movies that don't make any money and they'll push their politics in those 10 movies.
And then they'll make one like Avengers movie that makes $500 million and it'll subsidize all the rest.
So they have created a system now, I believe, where they have insulated themselves from any outrage that the audience might show.
And they literally don't care if you watch the movie or not.
They get paid the same anyway. - So that's interesting.
I hadn't even thought of that because the subscription service is a flat rate.
It's not, you know, it's not, you know, bums in seats.
The subscription service insulates the lemons, the bad movies from the ones that are, you know, going to be blockbusters anyway, because there's some existing franchise.
So you think this could go on in perpetuity?
I do.
And I think what's going to happen is what's already happening.
It's going to be replaced.
A new entertainment industry is going to rise up.
One of the things I just got through doing is Terror on the Prairie, which is the movie that The Daily Wire produced that stars Gina Carano and Nick Cerci.
We shot it in Montana.
Basically, it was done outside of the Hollywood system.
I think more and more that kind of thing is going to happen.
I'm constantly being contacted by people that want to know If I will do a non-union film, if I will work outside the system, so I think more and more that's going to be the way we go.
Well, that's super exciting.
I've been DMing with Gina all last week, so we're God willing getting her on this show very, very soon.
But you beat her to it, Nick.
You beat her to it.
OK.
I'm going to rub it in.
I'm going to tell her.
I'm going to tell her.
From this day forward, it's going to be only America first.
America first.

back.
We'll be right back.
If you enjoy one-on-one, please support those who make it possible like the great Mike Lindell.
The left hates him.
They want to cancel him.
They want to destroy him.
They want to boycott him.
Show him some love this holiday, Christmas season.
Just go there to buy members of your family something that is made in America.
He is the inventor of the MyPillow, the pillow that never gets hot, never loses shape.
President Trump loves it.

They're that good.
But Mike has got over 150 items at his store.

Promo code G-O-R-K-A.
Okay, Nick, I'm going to drop a big one.
I'm going to drop the hammer on you.
You got a cool hat.
It says, Make America Talented Again.
And this is my bugbear for all of those conservative artistes out there.
You don't suffer from this, because you were making good stuff, and you were acting in great things before things got so uber political.
But I have an issue with these people who come along.
I'm a conservative producer.
I'm a conservative film director, and I'm going to make conservative content.
And it's crap!
And you're beat over the head for 90 minutes with, you know, God is good or do you know atheists are bad?
And it's just unwatchable dreck.
You go back 60 years, Nick, and you know this better than anyone, you go back 60, 70 years, Hollywood Made amazing movies that were patriotic.
And you didn't know they were really patriotic because first they were just compelling stories.
You know, the Capras of the world, the Ku Kors, the Casablancas.
Why have we become, as conservatives, or why have your conservative colleagues forgotten how to do good content?
Yeah, it is surprising.
And I think that's true of any movie, no matter what side you're on.
If your politics are showing all the way through the movie, whether it's left or right, it's not a good movie.
It's not a good story.
That's not good storytelling.
And I think so many times what is happening is that people on our side, they are so concerned about the message that they want to give, and they make the message so obvious that they forget the part about you have to make the story interesting.
And you know, what I try to tell people is that most good movies are, are naturally conservative.
You don't have to really work at it because in good movies, uh, actions have consequences, you know?
And heroes fight evil, right?
Right.
And it's, they're just naturally conservative stories, you know, most of the time.
And I think, That's another thing that Hollywood has done is they've created this genre that they call faith-based film.
Yes.
And the reason they did that is that it's not that they want to promote Christianity or anything like that.
They make a little category.
They say, oh, we're going to release this because there's some faith-based, there's some Christian rubes out there that are going to buy it.
And by calling it faith-based, what they do is they send a message to everybody else and say, hey, you don't need to watch this.
This is for Christian idiots only.
Yeah.
And so what we have to do is just start making good movies that happen to be conservative, you know, not necessarily making conservative movies.
No, that's absolutely true.
Make a good movie, write a good story first, and then the values will permeate through.
We talked to Nick Searcy.
Follow him at, yes, Nick Searcy.
Subtitle, insurrectional film and television star on Twitter.
The movie, his latest movie, you can watch it at CapitalPunishmentOfTheMovie.com.
You mentioned this new movie that you're going to be in with Gina Carano that The Wire has produced.
The name of the movie again?
Terror on the Prairie.
Terror on the Prairie.
Great, great title.
That's what I look like this.
I'm still, it's 1880s still at my house.
That's all right.
It suits you.
But we like bits here on America First.
So that's The Daily Wire branching out into movies.
That's a conservative content provider podcast company.
You look at what's happened in the last year or so with the president being banned from Twitter, Facebook, etc.
Alternatives coming up like Parler and then being beat down and then Getter and the rise of Rumble.
Is there a danger, Nick, that patriots, and there's a lot of us, I mean, look, 74 million voted for President Trump.
Is there a danger, is there a danger that we're going to create this Ghetto?
For content providing?
That's just ours and we're talking to each other?
Is that the best way to proceed or is the hope that eventually our little, you know, mustard seed will become so successful that the giants in Hollywood, the Comcasts and the Paramounts will just fall by their wayside?
Is that realistic?
What's the plan?
Do we have a plan?
Well, my plan is that it's going to take as long to take it back as it took for them to take it from us.
They have been marching through our institutions, like Khrushchev said, for the last hundred years.
They've taken over academia, they've taken over politics, they've taken over Hollywood, and they've been pushing these values for at least 50 or 60 years.
And we're going to have to start pushing back and it's going to take us that long.
And yes, I do think that we have to start building platforms and we do have to build subscription services.
We have to build an alternative to Netflix.
It doesn't necessarily have to be totally conservative.
It just has to be, we're not going to censor conservatives.
We're going to allow conservatives to speak here.
And I think the more we do that, we have to take it back incrementally.
You know, it's not going to happen overnight.
It's not going to happen in Two or three years.
It's going to take a long, long time because it took them a long, long time to ruin everything.
It's going to take us a while to get it back.
Well, at least there are brave people like you who are starting that work, of course, several years ago with the shocking, shocking true story of Gosnell that you directed and now with what The Daily Wire is doing with you and Gina Carano.
Something's happening.
It's super, super exciting, and you've got my support.
Guys, we're talking to Nick Sears, the actor-director.
His latest movie came out on Thanksgiving.
Please check it out.
Watch it today.
CapitalPunishmentTheMovie.com.
It's about what really happened on January the 6th, setting the record straight, and talking to the people who were actually there, like Nick himself.
That's CapitalPunishmentTheMovie.com.
Another truth teller.
I'd like you to support a good friend of mine, an amazing, amazing patriot, is of course America's Mayor.
We had him on the show last week when I guest hosted for Greg Kelly on Newsmax.
The left wants to destroy him, strip him of his law licenses, get him in court on some trumped up charge.
Please support America's Mayor, who's done so much for New York, but also for all Americans, especially with his investigations of the elections last November.
So please go to Rudy Giuliani.
Freedomfund.com.
Support one of America's greatest patriots.
That's Rudy Giuliani.
freedomfund.com.
Thank you.
I don't think he was too woke.
He was the exact opposite.
You know what woke means?
It means you're a loser.
Everything woke.
Everything woke.
It's true.
Thank you.
I'm going to hit you between the eyes, Nick C.C. - Yeah.
I'm ready.
How hard is it for you to do what you do?
Because in Hollywood, I mean, the Friends of Abe, I was so excited when I heard about the Friends of Abe maybe a decade ago.
These conservatives in Hollywood, like, wink, wink.
I'm Tom Selleck.
I'm a conservative.
And then I thought about it more and more before it finally died on the vine when certain people took it over and destroyed it.
Yeah.
What the hell do you need a secret, a secret dinner club for?
So you are out of the closet.
You said in the beginning I was from the Carolinas, I was from the South, so you know that's who I am.
But really you've stood there on the wall for years now saying Yeah, I'm Nick.
I love America.
This is what I do.
How hard has it been for you?
And what is your message to not just people in your industry, but for, you know, people in the cinema watching your stuff who feel really intimidated and just want to keep their head down, Nick?
Well, you know, I'll say this.
Like I said, I didn't learn early enough that I should have kept my mouth shut.
So I don't know.
I don't know if it's hurt me or not.
I'm sure in some places it has.
I'm sure there have been times when people say, I don't want to work with that right wing nut job or whatever they say about me.
But the fact of the matter is, I'm busier than I've ever been.
I did two movies this year besides the one that I produced.
I did a Western with Nicolas Cage and then I did another Western with Gina Carano.
I hope that people begin to stand up and not be afraid of these bullies anymore.
That's what I thought was the ruination of FOA was just the secret part.
I asked the same question.
Why are we hiding?
You know, there's there's thousands of us.
Why don't we just say what we think?
And some of the biggest names and your friends and babies hiding out.
Okay, you screwed up my time clock.
Now that you just said that I gotta ask you the last question because I'm a massive fan.
What was it like working with Nicolas Cage?
Oh, it was, you know, it was lovely.
Is he just a dude?
Just a down-to-earth dude?
He's very, very well prepared.
He comes to the set ready to go.
No nonsense.
I had a wonderful time.
We had a lot.
Most of my scenes were with him.
We had long, three-page scenes that, you know, we had in-depth discussions our characters did in this movie.
And he was just a delight.
We had a great time together.
He obviously has good taste because he really liked me, too.
All right, I want that introduction, Nick Searcy.
In the meantime, follow him at YesNickSearcy.
Do you have a website, Nick?
No, I don't, but just go to CapitalPunishmentTheMovie.com and follow me on Twitter.
That's about all the social media I do.
Okay, CapitalPunishmentTheMovie.com and also YesNickSearcy.
Last question, what's the title of the movie that you did with Nick?
It's called The Old Way.
The Old...
Right.
In both those movies, The Old Way and Terror on the Prairie, I am the title role.
I'm the old guy in the Nicklaus station.
And you're the terror.
I'm the terror in the Gina Carano.
Perfect.
Perfect casting.
God bless you, Nick.
Keep doing what you do.
You've been listening to me, Sebastian Gorka, former strategist of President Trump.
This is One on One.
