Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Lauren Boebert goes nuclear
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
The Speaker has designated the floor to discuss members' inappropriate actions.
Shall we?
The Jihad Squad member from Minnesota has paid her husband, and not her brother-husband, the other one, over a million dollars in campaign funds.
This member is allowed on the Foreign Affairs Committee while praising terrorists.
A Democrat chairwoman incited further violence in the streets outside of a courthouse.
And then the cherry on top.
My colleague and three-month presidential candidate from California, who is on the Intelligence Committee, slept with Feng Feng, a Chinese spy.
Let me say that again.
A member of Congress who receives classified briefings was sleeping with the enemy.
This is unacceptable.
Gentlemen, time's expired.
Gentlemen from Florida.
They always want to shut them up, don't they?
Just as they get rolling with the truth bombs.
Oh, did I say that word?
Get typing, Media Matters, because you don't know what an analogy or metaphor is.
Zacky Poo, did you get your knickers in a twist?
I hope so.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
And that was, of course, what is she like, five foot nothing?
That's that pistol packing mama, Lauren Bobert.
Who?
I don't know, is that... Jeff, are you there?
I know it's early to call on you, Jeff, but is that... So far, since the old creepy guy was inaugurated, has there been a better little 30-second moment in Congress?
That's the best one, but there's gonna be a lot more, I think, coming up.
Why?
Because people are getting frustrated.
Yeah, she was frustrated, right?
Exactly.
And when she said, she said what you're not allowed to say!
Her husband who is her brother.
Yeah, she actually said that about Ilhan Omar.
It was delicious.
And also, President Swalwell, when he's not farting in front of TV cameras, he can't deny the allegation that you heard made there.
Sleeping, she said, the best way to summarize it at the end, sleeping with the enemy.
That's what he did.
The honeypot.
The Chinese Communist spy, Fang Fang, who inveigled herself into the political elite of California, who became...
The squeeze, shall we say, for Eric Swalwell, who to this day, I've challenged him on numerous occasions.
He won't come on this show because he's a coward, but I've simply challenged him on social media.
Hey, President Swalwell, can you deny that you slept with a communist spy?
Just once.
Just on the record.
It could be a tweet.
It could be a little note you leave pinned to your office door in Congress.
Whatever it is.
Can you deny sleeping with a communist intelligence officer?
Weird that you can't.
Isn't it strange that for more than a year you're incapable of denying it?
Now, you did respond to Congresswoman Boebert's incredible outburst on the floor of the House with this tweet.
You're so risible.
You're so funny.
Weird.
He's a grown-up and he starts his tweet with the word weird.
What, are you in high school?
Weird.
If I had done anything wrong, the FBI would have raided my house.
Really?
Now, that's weird because you're not denying it.
You're saying the FBI didn't raid your house.
That doesn't mean you didn't sleep with a communist spy.
It could mean, oh, I don't know, the FBI is corrupt.
Yes, the FBI is corrupt.
I tweeted it yesterday.
There's 35,000 people who work for the FBI.
35,000!
Not one whistleblower.
Not one whistleblower in six years.
And there should have been dozens.
Why?
Because we now know.
We've seen the materials.
We've got them.
Declassified.
The Durham indictments.
The FBI lied.
Almost FISA warrants.
The FBI knew that Christopher Steele's Russia dossier was garbage.
They used a man who had been fired as a confidential informant from the FBI's informant roles.
They used his lies, provided by a Russian national, Danchenko, who's just been arrested a week ago.
They used them to justify the secret warrants to spy on US nationals like Carter Page.
The FBI went to the building where I worked, the White House, to my friend, my colleague, Mike Flynn, and entrapped him.
They had the whole readout, the transcript of his conversation with Ambassador Kislyak.
So they didn't need to interview him about, uh, General, General Flynn, what was the contents of your discussion with Ambassador Kislyak?
Which, which by the way, was utterly above board.
He was asking assistance from Russia in a vote in the United Nations that they wanted to stop an anti-Israeli motion in the UN, and they wanted Russia to support our American motion to assist and stand by Israel.
And by the way, he was already the National Security Advisor-designate in December of 2016.
So they knew what he said.
But then they asked him to tell them what he said on that phone call.
And when he forgot one detail, he was charged with what?
One thing that should be struck from the US code.
Lying to a federal agent.
That should not be a felony.
Because if a federal agent asks you on the record, Hey, Jimmy, what did you have for breakfast?
And you forgot that in addition to the bacon and eggs, you had an orange.
If you don't say, I had bacon and eggs and an orange, you can get charged with a felony.
That's called police tactics.
That's what they did to Mike Flynn.
But where are the whistleblowers?
On Russia collusion, on Flynn, on the targeting of Roger Stone, Paul Manafort.
For the first time in six Stinking years from Operation Crossfire Hurricane piloted by Comey and Brennan.
We've had the first ever whistleblower.
Thanks to Jim Jordan, we now know there's one person amongst 35,000 who said, you know A.G.
Garland, what he told the Judiciary Committee under oath in October about, you know, FBI, DOJ weren't targeting parents across America as terrorists?
That's a lie.
Here's the email.
Here's the email where the FBI's counter-terrorist division puts the terror threat tag On parents.
Parents!
Who don't want to have paedophilic porn in the libraries of their children's schools.
Who don't want their healthy children to be masked eight hours a day.
Well, God bless that one whistleblower.
But it's not enough.
God bless Lauren Bobert.
Because here's the rub, dear friends.
Eric Swalwell.
Yeah, he's stupid.
He's really dumb.
He's funny.
He's absurd.
He's a hack.
He's a liar.
But he's also on the Intelligence Committee.
He has access to things you, as a taxpayer, will never have access to unless you have a TS, top secret, SCI clearance.
But he slept with a Chinese spy.
Well, at least one.
Could be multiple.
I don't know.
That's the level.
That's why Lauren Bobbitt is angry.
And that's why you should be angry.
But it's okay.
America is coming back.
One state.
One county.
One municipality.
One township at a time.
Virginia is just the beginning.
Question is, are you part of the political change?
Will you help save the greatest nation on God's earth?
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Stay with us here on the Salem Radio Channel.
The Salem Radio Channel Thank
you.
Thank you.
Do we have the Washington Bureau Chief?
I'm here, Dr. G. Hey!
How we doing?
How's it going?
Good, good, good, good.
Just had Jim Jordan on for an hour for a special podcast.
So excited.
I think the screen looks good, by the way.
Yes!
That's nice!
You found a picture of Matt smiling.
I love it.
He just needs his baseball hat.
One minute.
I'm always wearing my Red Sox hat.
I know!
You're a loyal, loyal fan.
fan.
Okay.
Yeah, all right.
Yeah, not in a million years.
What?
Oh, a boycott of the Olympics?
Are you kidding?
Under this guy?
No, Trump might do it.
No, they'll just call Hunter and say, hey, you're not allowed to do that.
Wasn't Jimmy Carter going to do it?
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, that kind of didn't work.
OK, we have GCN here.
We did it in 80.
No, we didn't do it in 80.
We did it with Soviet Union.
Oh, that's right, because the 80 thing that was weird.
No, it had to be before that, because Soviet Union came here in 80.
Maybe it was the summer then.
The End
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
I've been talking for a long time about the great work the Job Creators Network does fighting for small business owners across America.
Now they're taking the fight to the courts.
The Biden administration's COVID-19 mandate is an assault on small business owners, while large corporations don't seem to have a problem with the mandate.
After all, what's the loss of 100 workers when you have 100,000?
Losing workers in a small business Can be a disaster.
It can be the difference between thriving and surviving.
That's why the JobCredits Network filed a motion with the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals asking the court to apply the recent 5th Circuit Court's temporary stay of the mandate across the entire country.
Small business owners can't afford this expensive legal work.
However, Job Creators Network is there for them to help them survive and to fight these illegal mandates.
Please join in the fight today.
Check out BlockTheMandate.com.
That's JCN's new website.
Let's stop the fascists.
BlockTheMandate.com.
Talking of courts, Did you see what the judge found out?
Yes, the judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse case has unveiled in front of the cameras that NBC reporter tried to chase the bus with the jury members in it.
Yeah.
For what purpose?
To get their IDs?
To dox them?
To unveil them?
And the judge is considering kicking NBC out of the courtroom.
I don't see why any cameras should be there.
Let's talk about this and much, much more with the newly appointed Washington bureau chief.
For brightbar.com, Matt Boyle.
Welcome back to America First.
What's going on, Dr. Gorka?
Pretty unbelievable there in Wisconsin.
Well, hang on.
You know the fake news.
There's nothing that they won't stoop to, right?
I mean, this is a whole new level, though.
I mean they literally had a producer who was apparently tasked by the boss back in New York at their main studios with like a bat out of hell chasing the jury bus, which is – I mean they literally have the jury in a bus with like – it's covered so they can't see the protesters outside.
They had a producer chasing the bus out of the courthouse earlier this week.
I don't know if it was yesterday, the day before, whenever it was, on their way home.
I mean that's textbook jury intimidation and it's being done by the establishment media to the point where – by the way, I'm somebody who believes in like we should have as much open court proceedings as possible.
I'm a journalist, right?
I believe in transparency.
No, no, hang on, hang on, hang on, Matt.
Matt, Matt, Matt, stop.
Stop.
You're a real journalist.
You don't do witness tampering, okay?
I would never – first off, there's no way in heck that I would ever tolerate this in our bureau at Breitbart News.
Like there's no way.
This is absolutely unacceptable behavior.
But I mean it's like – I think everybody across the whole media is shocked watching this and the judge banned MSNBC from the courtroom for the rest of the trial in the proceedings as a result of this.
I don't know, maybe this guy ends up in contempt or his boss who ordered him to do it ends up in contempt, but I mean this is really a whole nother level Of just awful behavior by the establishment media and they should be ashamed of themselves and frankly, you know, I mean, look, the MSNBC is not the judge, jury, and executioner.
CNN is not the judge, jury, and executioner.
There is a jury there for a reason.
And I hope that Kyle Rittenhouse gets this, you know, a fair hearing here.
We'll see if and when the jury makes their decision in the end.
I mean, it's been dragging out for a few days now.
They've been deliberating.
We'll see.
The fact of the matter here is that the efforts by these establishment media people to try to control the outcome and intimidate anyone who doesn't go along with their vision of the outcome is just truly disgusting.
This person should be ashamed of themselves.
I hope that they face legal repercussions and maybe even contempt charges in court.
I don't know.
I'm not a lawyer.
I don't know how that works.
But frankly, I mean, this is unbelievable.
And again, I would never tolerate it in our newsroom.
And I would certainly hope that other newsrooms across the country, regardless of your political views or your so on and so forth.
I mean, I certainly hope that CNN makes it clear that this behavior is unacceptable to their employees, that the New York Times does, that the Washington Post does.
I don't expect them to, but this was just totally disgusting behavior by MSNBC, so they should be ashamed of themselves and there should be much broader consequences than being banned from the courtroom.
It's not just, as you say, an attempt to shape the narrative or influence the outcome that the fake news is involved with.
Matt, they've been spreading this.
You look at the coverage on CNN and elsewhere.
They've been saying that Carl Rittenhouse is a white supremacist and he did what he did out of racial animus to the people he shot.
Matt, the people who were shot were all white.
So, you know journalists on the other side, fake journalists.
Have any of them ever said to you quietly over a beer, you know, I'm really disgusted at my editors?
Because that level of smear tactic by the media...
It's just – it's un-American, Matt.
Yeah, look.
I have a lot of friends who work throughout the establishment media or acquaintances or so on and so forth.
I've known people – I've been doing this for over a decade, Dr. G.
I know a lot of them.
A lot of them will privately admit that there are real serious structural flaws with their organizations.
It's part of the reason why Breitbart is so strong is that we literally are built in a different way than these establishment media companies were.
We openly embrace who we are as people.
We are honest with our audience about our viewpoints.
We do not falsely claim to be objective.
But we can tell the truth while also admitting that we're human beings and every decision we make has the opportunity for the insertion of bias, intended or not.
And frankly, the people that work throughout these establishment media organizations, they know that claiming to the public that they're being objective is a lie.
I've had people – I'm not going to tell you exactly which people, but I'll tell you which organizations.
I've met people from CNN, the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, the Associated Press, as well as a dozen other organizations who have literally made that admission to me privately there.
They admit to me privately that their organizations are built on a structural foundational lie.
And that lie is what's playing out in the courtroom in Wisconsin.
It's disgusting.
And these have real repercussions beyond their fun and games and the politics and media on real people's lives.
And you see that in the case of this poor kid, Kyle Rittenhouse, who, by the way, probably shouldn't have been out there.
I mean, the fact that he was out there in the first place is an indictment of our society as a whole.
It's a failure of law enforcement.
Right, exactly.
And the law enforcement was scared because the Democrats were calling a defund the police everywhere and they didn't want to do it.
So, I mean, what's on display right now is what happens when institutions in this country Begin to crumble and collapse and it's really disgusting.
And frankly, we have a lot of work to do as a community, as a country, as a society.
to restore ourselves.
And the current occupant of the Oval Office, the Brandon administration's head himself, is certainly not the guy that's going to lead us back to a great nation.
Maybe the former president will come back, 45, Donald Trump, and lead us back, or a future Republican president, but it is not going to be fixed in the next immediate near future. - I think we have to take Matt's lead.
I think from now on in America First, we have to call this the Brandon Administration.
I think Ron DeSantis did that yesterday as well.
Yeah, I'm taking that from DeSantis.
All credit to him.
I like that a lot.
We're talking to the Washington Bureau Chief.
For Breitbart.com, Matt Boyle.
He'll be with us after this break.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, former strategist to President Trump.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
The End
The End Does it matter where they're based?
No, it doesn't.
They can be anywhere in America.
Yeah, business is great.
So, uh, yeah, but we need the machine to keep operating.
I've got so many reporters now that our copy editors are overloaded.
So we need to hire more copy editors to keep the stories moving up.
I remember the good old days when Alex had to check every bloody article.
Right, exactly.
Now we have to go in and fix a bunch of stuff after the fact, by the way.
That's a big part of it.
It's a pain sometimes.
What's happening for Thanksgiving?
Are you going to Mass or are you staying where you are?
I'm staying where I'm at.
My folks are down here.
My brother's down here.
Oh!
So everybody's there?
Yeah, my whole family's here now.
Cool.
Our immediate family.
And then my brother's in-law.
So my brother's fiancé's family are coming down as well.
So we're going to have a big thing at my brother's house.
He lives 30 minutes away from me.
He's out at Jack's Beach and I'm in St.
Augustine.
Lovely.
Yep.
And then Christmas I think we're doing here, too.
It's nice, dude.
Hey, it's 70 degrees today.
It's very nice here as well in the swamp today.
Very nice.
Very nice.
Nice and sunny.
Yep.
How about yourself?
My mother-in-law is getting married on Thanksgiving for the third time at the age of 82.
That's incredible.
So the whole family, everybody, grandkids, everybody's going to be gathering for that wedding.
That's amazing.
Love at 82.
We love it.
That's amazing.
She's very happy, so is he.
Alright, do we have that copy?
Uh, Jeff's getting it right now.
Okay, so we got that and Reliefer.
Uh, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
I will play the JC in this flavor.
Alright, one minute.
Standby, Matt.
I'm gonna tee up cut nine, AOC.
You'll tee up cut nine, AOC.
Copy that.
But I'm going to open up with the merch.
Yes.
Just like... I'm trying to figure out what movie she copped off of when she did this That Matters thing.
When she started going to this Matters, I know I've heard... Oh, maybe A Few Good Men?
No, I think it's from...
That's a George Clooney movie where he ran for president.
Oh!
Ides of March.
Yeah.
I swear I think it's from that.
I haven't even seen it.
George Clooney and Matt Damon, right?
No, he's not in that.
Uh-oh.
It's George Clooney.
No.
Philip Seymour Hoffman.
Uh-oh.
Yeah, right.
Where's the list?
Isn't there a list of six candidates?
Oh yeah, that's... Let me get that.
Alright, 15 seconds.
Standby.
tee up that video.

We are back with the newly anointed Washington Bureau Chief at Breitbart.com, Matt Boyle.
I've got to ask you, your reaction to the... so weird, the Swirling reports in the swamp that Kamala is on the outs.
Even the lamestream media is saying, do you feel misused or underused in the administration when they're interviewing her?
What have you heard with regards to this option that they might be scooching her over to the Supreme Court to get her out of the way, Matt?
Well that's a possibility but also I mean the only reports we've seen on this publicly are from chat program from Fox News talking about a cryptic email that he received saying learn the process for the confirmation via Congress of a vice presidential replacement.
Now you could take that to mean that maybe Kamala is being moved out of the way and they're going to bring in somebody new.
Or you could take it to mean that they're going to move Joe out of the way.
She moves up and she gets her own vice president.
So I would be careful reading it any which way.
I don't know which one is headed for the chopping block or who's trying to move who out of the way or so on and so forth.
All I'll say is this, Chad Pergrim, as straight as they come, as straight as an arrow, Yeah, he's a great reporter, right?
And so he does a good job covering Capitol Hill for Fox News.
I've got my criticisms of certain people at Fox, but Chad is not one of them.
He's a good reporter.
He doesn't take his sides, and he's deeply sourced on both sides of the aisle.
So I don't know who's sending him this email and so on and so forth, but I will say I've heard rumors, too, that there may be something afoot across the board.
We don't know.
Let's listen a lot.
So, number one, Joe, disaster.
We know that.
You look at the ratings.
But she's even worse.
I mean, you know, so really they have to get rid of both of them.
Which scenario do you think is most likely, Matt?
I, you know, I God's honest don't know, Dr. G. I mean, look, here's the thing is that if Joe Biden doesn't run for president again in 2024, they're in big trouble because then Kamala would be the next frontrunner.
So maybe they're trying to figure out who and how do they get her out of the way so that they can get somebody else in there.
Make that person the face of the whole thing.
The whole thing is backwards and twisted and honestly, I don't know what they're up to, but they're up to something.
They're panicking and they don't know who they're going to make the face of the party.
Clearly they're panicking.
If Chad is getting this in an email, they're panicking.
Last 60 seconds with Matt Ball, Washington Bureau Chief for Breitbart.com.
Whichever scenario it is, who is waiting in the wings?
Who do you think they think can save them, Matt.
You know, I mean, there's been a lot of talk about Buttigieg, right?
Like, so they might try to bring him back.
But look, frankly, he's already damaged goods, too.
He disappeared for two months in the middle of two major crises, the supply chain crisis and all these canceled flights.
That's all his fault, right?
Like, so, and now he's the face of this monstrosity.
They think it's going to be popular, this whole quote-unquote infrastructure nonsense.
This is not popular.
Biden's approval is going down further since they passed the bill.
This is not going to help ordinary Americans.
It's not going to be roads and bridges.
This is electric vehicles that are designed to replace your car.
So this is going to hurt America and Americans.
This is not a real infrastructure like Trump was talking about.
No, electric cars that are powered by, mmm, yeah, coal in most parts of America.
We're talking to Matt Boyle.

And I am delighted to be joined today by a man, I mean, his resume, his bio, well, you need to read it for yourself.
I'll just say, Senior Fellow with the Family Research Council.
He is, of course, the former Mayor of Cincinnati, a conservative legend, former Ohio State Treasurer, Ambassador to the United Nations, Ken Blackwell.
Welcome to America First.
My good friend, Dr. Gorka, good to be with you.
Hey, we have so much to discuss in terms of what you're fighting for in terms of election integrity.
But first things first, along with me, you're part of a great new initiative, freedomsquare.com.
Will you tell our millions of listeners why everyone is so excited about this?
I call it just the marketplace for conservatives and patriots.
What does it stand for to you?
Absolutely.
It's a gathering place for freedom-loving Americans who are engaged in the process of protecting the Constitutional Republic that has become the greatest in all of world history in just 245 years.
And what I like about the community is that it is a community of folks who understood what Thomas Paine meant when he said, those who expect to reap the benefits of freedom We are engaged.
We're using every bit of human agency that God has invested in each one of us to defend freedom and our God-given right to liberty.
I just don't understand how this didn't happen earlier.
I mean, God bless the ladies and gentlemen behind this, but to have one place where you have all the access to the reliable news media for conservatives, access to all the podcasts, business directories, this should have happened years ago, shouldn't it?
It should have.
I'm so delighted that it is happening now and that you and I and Jerry Boykin and others are so much a part of it, because what we have is a frontal attack by statists, by monksists,
and by big government socialists in league with one another to destroy our system based on this knuckleheaded and by big government socialists in league with one another to destroy our system based on this knuckleheaded notion advanced by the 1619 project of the New York Times, and that is that we are fundamentally racist and must be
But look, what we're doing now is protecting the foundation of the American system of self-governance, which is liberty.
And that is ingrained in our election system.
It is the core expression of a people's liberty, their ability to vote in free and fair elections.
Safeguarding the integrity of our elections is paramount to the preservation of our republic.
We are in this business to make it easy to vote.
But real hard to cheat.
Which everybody should be, you know, willing to agree to.

Ambassador, if I can put it this way, what is the problem?
What is the threat to the Republic that a bill named after John Lewis represents?
It's a fundamental power grab.
It wants to concentrate power in the federal government, which is now in the hands of the radical left.
We must, in fact, with every fiber in our bodies, fight, fight back, push back.
Look, you and I know That there were things that happened in the 2020 election that made us say, huh, you know, this was Donald Trump was the first president to gain more votes in his reelection campaign than he had gotten in his first campaign.
And in this case, 11 million more votes and lost the first president to experience that in 150 years.
Joe Biden, who, in fact, Shattered the popular vote record, but won a record low of only 17% of the counties.
Donald Trump won 18 of the 19 bellwether counties in the country.
And that was enough not only to make us say, huh, but to kick the tires on this machine.
The left took advantage of something that I put in context.
If you go back to 1918, we had the Spanish flu.
In 1929, we had the major economic disruption.
In 1968, we had violence across the country and our cities.
In 1974, we in fact had an impeachment process.
In 2020, Dr. Gorka, we had all of those.
And the left put in play their old strategy of never letting a crisis go to waste.
And they started to loosen the chain of custody of ballots.
They did away with verification systems and policies that would allow us to know that people were who they claim to be and what they have now in this stew Created by Joe Biden and his clown car.
What we have now is a system that undermines voter confidence in the results.
And it's very simply put, the only reason you wouldn't want to have fair and free elections is if you want to steal them.
I want to thank you on behalf of our millions of listeners, Ambassador Blackwell, for fighting for the truth every single day.

Jason Whitlock.
Mic's back on.
He's that black guy you played this week that's on Tucker a lot.
He's on Tucker.
He used to be on ESPN.
Big time on ESPN.
He was a host, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then Carl Jackson.
He was the guy guest hosting for Larry when Larry was on Tucker.
Right, but what's his background before he did that?
Um, are we off?
Uh, let me turn the mics off.
Back on.
Alright.
Oh, do we have a 2A for tomorrow?
No.
Did I connect with the OSS silencer company?
Do you remember something about that?
I think we had someone on.
From OSS?
Are you sure?
Maybe.
We know we had a silencer.
No, we did.
That was Silencer Central.
I'm talking about OSS.
Can you see if that pops up?
20 seconds.
Bye, Pulo here.
Bye, Pulo here. Pulo here.
America first.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America first.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Well he did it!
He went there, he banned MSNBC for their attempt to tamper with the jury to surveil and follow them.
Here's Judge Bruce Schroeder from the Rittenhouse trial.
Cut 13.
I have instructed that no one from MSNBC news will be permitted in this building for the duration of this trial.
This is a very serious matter and I don't know what the ultimate truth of it is, but absolutely it would go without much thinking that someone who is following a jury boss, that is a very, extremely serious matter.
I'm glad.
Somebody finally.
Who, from the judge's bench, wearing the black robe, has said enough.
The lies, the intimidation, from people who aren't journalists, people who are political activists, or former members of Democrat administrations, like that diminutive chappy, George Stephanopoulos.
In a puff interview with the woman whose popularity was never very high, but is now even worse.
George Stephanopoulos with the Cackler!
Cut 4.
Eight months ago the president gave you the job of addressing the root causes of migration, but last month we learned that in the past year had the highest number of illegal border crossings since they started to be recorded in 1960.
What are you doing to turn that around?
How long will it take?
Well, it's not going to be overnight.
We can't just flip a switch and make it better.
Well, that's what you did when you came in.
Because you did flip a switch.
Whether it was the XL Keystone Pipeline shutdown.
Whether it was the day of the inauguration that you shut down the President's 1776 Commission.
Or whether it was cancelling, unilaterally, cancelling all the standing government contracts to finish building the wall.
Contracts with private building companies.
You flicked that switch, Cackler!
So why can't you flip it back?
Because you're a liar?
Because you want open borders?
Because you want $7 a gallon gas?
Because you want our enemies to be behold, to be stronger, to be emboldened just as they were under the eight years of Obama?
I don't know what's happening behind the scenes.
They say Congress is getting ready to choose a new vice president, but Lord preserve us if you, you ideological shell, you strange, strange person who laughs at the most inappropriate times, makes it onto the bench, not of a court, but the highest court in the land, It's time to take America back.

Well, we do need to motivate more Republicans to make an issue out of it.
Thank you for your advocacy for Kyle Rittenhouse.
He is not guilty.
He deserves a not guilty verdict, and I sure hope he gets it, because you know what?
Kyle Rittenhouse would probably make a pretty good congressional intern.
We may reach out to him and see if he'd be interested in helping the country in additional ways.
I think that's a great idea.
That's Congressman Matt Gaetz.
I think that's his podcast, right?
The Firebrand podcast.
And it looks like he may be hiring Carl Rittenhouse.
Well, first things first, let's get him acquitted or let's get at least a mistrial.
That would be even better.
A mistrial.
You saw the cut we just played.
The judge has thrown MSNBC, not out of the courtroom, out of Thank you!
courthouse it's delicious that's what you get when you try to intimidate a jury and you actually have a real judge on the bench let's analyze that and so much more with jennifer hort host of the morning answer on am 590 am 870 out of the city of angels jennifer welcome back to america first thank you uh what a pleasure the congressman from florida was actually arguing with our friend
my partner on the morning answer grant stinchfield about just who would get to offer the internship to kyle rittenhouse first No!
Yeah, so if he wants to go to politics, to the media, this guy, I mean, he's got a future ahead of him.
Are you going to hire him?
Are you going to hire Kyle Jennifer?
You know what?
I would.
Why not?
Gosh.
I mean, this kid has been through it.
My goodness.
Yeah, and you'd feel safe, right?
You'd feel safe walking around California with Kylie.
I would absolutely feel safe, yes.
You could have my back, that's for sure.
Is that an AR-15 in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?
Follow this lady and Jennifer Horne.
Okay, we could have so much fun, we could talk serious things, but first things first.
What's going on with Disney, Jennifer?
Oh, Disney.
Well, you know, Mickey, by the way, Mickey's birthday is today.
What?
Yes.
Mickey Mouse is 93 years old.
Steamboat Willie was born today.
Yes.
Today is his birthday.
93.
He doesn't look a day over what?
I mean, Rodents don't age, apparently.
Look at Nancy Pelosi.
Oh!
A round of applause.
That was very good.
Very good.
But it's too bad in his old age he's become a commie, Seb.
Is he woke?
Is Mickey Mouse woke?
Absolutely he's woke.
That's exactly right.
And the Disney Corporation is pretty woke.
They're doing a lot of vaccine mandates, that's for sure.
Because the business climate has become so bad in California, there is an onslaught of people.
I think 2,000, maybe closer to 3,000 employees that are leaving California and they're moving to Florida.
And this has put a drain on the Orlando housing market because there's hardly any inventory on the market.
So these are Disney employees that are going from one Disney location to Florida?
That's right.
And a lot of Gavin Newsom's restrictions during the pandemic actually led them to do this because they were shut down.
I mean, imagine this.
Think about some of the worst moments in our history.
The day that Kennedy was shot.
The day that the World Trade Center came down.
Disneyland was closed on 9-11 for like one day, I believe.
One or two days at the most.
It was unheard of to have Disneyland closed down for over a year.
And so while they are a bit of a communist corporation these days, allegedly, with the vaccine mandates and such, they do know that they like to make money and they like to keep the gates open.
And so I think they're pushing back against Gavin Newsom.
And this is another big business that's going to leave the state of California.
It's going to hurt us.
That's so sad.
So very, very sad.
It is!
We still have to make a date.
We have to go to Disney.
I mean, you and I. Oh my gosh.
My wife, not interested, but I think you and I could have a lot of fun there.
I love Disney.
I'm a big kid!
Come on!
We should totally do it.
And I've never been to Star Wars Land.
That's brand new at Disneyland Park.
As long as it's not woke.
As long as it's not the new Star Wars.
Well, I know.
Did you hear, by the way, while we're talking about Disney, that at the park in Orlando, they're opening a new Star Wars themed hotel?
No!
It's starting in March, and it's already sold out through June.
Are you serious?
And get this, I'm serious, but guess, you wanna know how much you have to spend?
Double occupancy, two nights, $4,600.
For a family of four, so you bring two kids along, $6,000.
Does Luke Skywalker bring me my cappuccino?
He better.
He better be my butler if I'm spending that much money.
I mean, come on, $4,600 for this Star Wars experience?
I'm sure it's cool.
That's more than Trump Hotel!
And how is it exactly?
You could go to the Ritz, you go to the Trump Hotel, you get a nice massage, you get room service.
I mean, you're still saving some money rather than that $4,600.
But I guess the experience is so unique.
I just want to know who can afford dropping $4,600 on two nights in a hotel.
For that money, I want to pilot the Millennium Falcon.
That's what I want.
Call Tom Bodette and leave the light on for me.
I'm frugal.
All right, so you mentioned rodents that don't wrinkle.
I presume that applies not just to mice at Disneyland, but also to rats in San Francisco.
I thought the problem with Walgreens was people walking out with $900 worth of goods and not being challenged by security, but now they've had to shut down multiple Walgreens in San Francisco Because of a rat infestation.
But I thought, you know, hasn't Gavin, hasn't the mayor, hasn't all the Democrats fixed everything?
No, he moved his family into San Francisco.
That's where Nancy Pelosi came from.
You see, there's that rodent joke again.
The whole family lives there.
It's her district.
Behave!
You know that Los Angeles was named LA's rattiest, or excuse me, Los Angeles was named the country's rattiest city.
Hang on, more than New York with the subway rats?
More than Chicago.
Yes, we're the rattiest city.
And this is because of the homeless problem.
This is exactly what's happening in San Francisco.
When you let people live on the street in their own filth, the rats come.
And in fact, I don't know if you remember this story from a couple of years ago, but do you remember the typhoid or the typhus outbreak in City Hall?
Because all of the rats from the homeless people downtown went inside City Hall and started chasing around the City Council members and there was this big typhus outbreak down there.
Oh my gosh.
Okay.
I know.
It's gross.
You mentioned the family that runs California.
Gruesome Newsome, Pelosi's nephew.
Have you heard anything?
Because whose district are you in?
You're in Shifts, right?
I'm in Shifty Shifts.
Another rat.
It's a theme.
He looks like one.
I mean, doesn't he?
Yes, he does.
There are rumors, Jen, that she might not run for re-election.
Have you heard those?
Pelosi?
Yeah.
Yeah, I think, look, I know that she is not going to allow herself to lose her gavel.
To not be speaker.
Absolutely.
Look, Nancy is very politically savvy.
She is a woman of a more advanced age.
I really think it's likely that she either announces her retirement or, at the very least, retires from being the Speaker of the House.
She's not going to just hand that over to Kevin McCarthy.
She won't have the optics.
That's not how she wants to end her career.
She's going to go out on her own terms.
This is a woman who believes in optics and self-image, and she is not going to be just a loser that's going to pass on the gavel to someone else.
So I fully believe that she is either going to retire from the speaker job, or she just might make the announcement she's not going to run again.
It wouldn't surprise me.
All right, well... That's a scuttlebutt, anyway.
I dearly hope she doesn't.
Let's talk about national stories, not just Californian ones.
But I'm curious, what is the California echo of everything that's happening in Kenosha with the Rittenhouse trial?
Do people really believe that this is a case about white supremacy, despite the fact that he shot three white guys?
Is that not the most insane thing that you've ever heard?
It's bizarre!
There are some stories that just make me feel like we are all living on another planet or an alternate universe.
There is no person of color, there is no black person involved with this case with Kyle Rittenhouse, yet Black Lives Matter is there and they're manipulating people who don't really know what's going on and they're being aided by the mainstream news media.
And I think I admitted to you last week, Seb, when, you know, before I start these stories up, because it had been a year, Since we heard about Kyle Rittenhouse, I wanted to do a little research, imagine that, to figure out what the details of the case were.
And it stunned me that his victims were not black because that's what the mainstream media told us.
That's what Joe Biden told us.
Joe Biden told us that this kid was a white supremacist and that he was a racist and that he was going into Kenosha to hunt black people.
And there is no evidence of any of that.
That was information they pulled out of thin air to manipulate people Cast fear, cast us all on separate sides of the aisle.
It is the most egregious thing to think that the news media, who's supposed to be answering who, what, when, where, how, and why, is picking sides or picking favorites in a trial like this.
It shouldn't surprise me, but it does when they manipulate even the cold hard facts of the case.
the stuff that can't be disputed, like who the people were that got shot by Kyle Rittenhouse.
But there they are, the protesters out in front of the White House trying to intimidate people, trying to intimidate the jury, intimidate Kyle Rittenhouse with signs about racial injustice.
Do they know that this looks really stupid?
This is not the trial you want to be at when you're trying to make an argument about race that has nothing to do with it.
It's about self-defense and, quite frankly, about deciding what's appropriate when you are being attacked on the street.
Do you get to defend yourself?
We've got 10 seconds left.
We'll have you back in a moment.
Does he walk free or not?
In my world, he does.
But no one, I mean, with the crystal ball and the jury these days, the longer it goes, the more I worry.
Because guess what?
OJ, yeah, you know, killed people.
He walked as well.
Follow this lady at Jennifer Horne.

Don't touch that dial.
The podcast I want you to do.
Mic's back on.
Unmasking?
Did you say that to me?
No, I know that you liked it.
I just said that.
He's so sneaky.
He's so sneaky.
That's cool.
That's very cool.
I know.
It's really awesome.
They went up yesterday for the first day, so.
Hang on.
Hang on.
Your name is the same size as his.
It's got to be bigger.
Oh, I know.
I mean, you're Jennifer Horne.
I'm trying to make him feel better.
Okay.
Does it help?
Do you pat his head in the morning just like, hello?
I do.
I go, it's okay, Grant.
How are you doing?
Have you got a new camera?
It's a really good picture.
Okay, so here's the thing.
This is the exact same setup, but because I was complaining about this so much, they finally had our IT people come in and they figured whatever was wrong with it and now it's great.
Good.
So I was told today that I would notice the difference.
But last night it was actually pretty cute.
So we had the Shadow Hills Prowler in my neighborhood, which was like this guy who was going around robbing and burglarizing people, businesses, and homes.
And he's been out in my neighborhood since like October 19th.
He's been out for a long time.
The LAPD has been trying to catch him.
They almost did.
They had the freeway shut down the other morning when I was going to work.
The helicopters were out, but he evaded them.
And so Grant and I have been talking about it, and last night as I was driving, I mean literally five minutes after I got off the freeway, all of these police cars come rushing to the freeway.
Helicopters everywhere, they've got the SWAT team out, and the guy was in the wash by my house.
What?
Not close, like a mile away probably, but it's like a big, a lot of equestrian property in this area.
And so I texted Grant the Citizen video because we had been talking about it.
So he was going through my tactical plan in case this guy broke into my house.
He's like, now you need to make sure that you stay in your room.
Make sure that you don't follow the noise.
Do the jump on him.
The element of surprise.
Shuck the shotgun.
Let them hear the slide.
Tell them you're not vaccinated.
Tell them you're not vaccinated.
There you go.
That's true.
I know.
I'll be like, guys, I've got COVID.
Run out of the house.
That's pretty spooky.
How can they not catch a guy like that?
They finally got him.
They went on three different searches.
I mean, it was embarrassing.
If they hadn't caught him yesterday, they brought in... The city was on tactical alert.
That's how big of a deal it was.
They had the canines in and SWAT.
And so they finally pulled him out after four hours.
How long has he been prowling around?
Since October 19th, I think.
Why do they give him cool names like that?
Did he get to pass his bail or no?
Okay, so this is what everybody, and this is what gives me hope.
In my neighborhood Facebook group, everybody's like, you people who voted for George Gascon, this guy's going to be out by lunchtime.
It's awful.
Their crime is crazy.
He's going to have, he's on $250,000 bail.
All you have to do is pay 10% and he's out.
But they think he was homeless.
You should look him up.
Shadow Hills Prowler.
See, that sounds so cool.
You can't name people cool things or else they'll keep doing it.
Gonna get shot if you're proud of my house.
That's why Jack the Ripper kept killing people, right?
I warned him on the radio, I said, guys, my eyesight's not that great, but I got a big ol' .45, come on.
Because if they called him, like, the Shadow Hills Wienerhead... Yeah, I mean, nobody would be afraid.
I'd be like, oh, well.
Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye.
Making sense out of today's news.
Here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Are you ready to burst out?
Are you ready to kick Covid in the teeth?
I know you are.
I know they cancelled our trip to Israel but we're back.
Yes, we have our new dates November 30th, December 9th next year.
So much time to plan but you've got to reserve your tickets now.
We're travelling to the Holy Land with my good Salem colleague Dinesh D'Souza to walk where our Lord and Saviour walked.
All the key sites, the Sea of Galilee, the Temple Mount, the Wailing Wall, the Dead Sea, you name it and you'll be there.
You may have been before, but you haven't been with me and Dinesh.
Join us for the trip of a lifetime, but you've got to reserve your tickets now.

That number 855-565-5519.
Or just go to the StandWithIsraelTour.com website.
That number, 855-565-5519, or just go to the StandWithIsraelTour.com website.
That's StandWithIsraelTour.com.
Jennifer, have you been to the Holy Land?
I have never been.
It is on my bucket list.
I feel like I need to go with you guys.
Can we talk about the vaccine status?
What do we have to know?
Right now, so we had to abandon it last year because Israel went on lockdown.
Now, and this is the latest, and we tell everybody in the website, we're going to comply with what Israel says.
If you can demonstrate that you've been vaccinated or you have the antibodies, which means you've had the COVID or that you are COVID free, you've got to have that piece of paper when you land in Israel, in Tel Aviv, and then otherwise you're good to go.
Let's go.
I'm going to look into this.
This would be a lot of fun.
Can you imagine?
Guys, I've got witnesses.
Three million witnesses.
Okay.
And I'm ready to travel.
I feel like I've been locked down for way too long.
It's time.
I'm ready to get out there.
And I've been at least ten times...
It's such a great place to go.
Really?
Oh yeah.
I mean, lots of times.
The first time was 1992.
Many, many times.
You've got to go.
If you're a Christian, you've got to go and see these things that you've read about in the Bible.
Okay, let's talk business.
Let's talk about one of our favorite individuals on Capitol Hill.
Her name is Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, and I guess I guess she's given us a very interesting permission to do whatever we want now.
I'm not sure she meant it that way.
This is Cat 11 AOC.
Once you have a group that is marginalized and marginalized and marginalized, then you create a popular, like once someone doesn't have access to clean water, they have no choice but to riot, right?
So, and it doesn't have to be that way.
And I'm not even talking about like, I don't even talk about Palestinians.
I'm talking about people, communities in poverty in the United States.
I'm talking about Latin America.
I'm talking about like all over the world.
So she did that interview with the Hot 97 Radio back in April 2019.
So if you're marginalized, you can riot.
So I guess... Well, like, you have to riot.
But conservatives... Right?
Right, right.
Right?
If I've been cancelled on YouTube twice, I get to riot, right, Jennifer?
You've got to riot.
Absolutely.
That's what you should be doing.
You should absolutely riot.
After shots!
I don't... Why does she have that accent?
Isn't she from New York?
She sounds like she went to high school next to me in the San Fernando Valley.
Full valley girl, right?
What is going on?
I don't know, but I've had enough of AOC.
I cringe.
And look, I'm all about promoting women and I think that it is really great to see lots of strong women in leadership positions right now.
But stupid communists?
Well, not so much, and this is the point.
So for AOC, who literally was just the subject of a big congressional hearing where Representative Gosser gets stripped of his committee assignments because he put out a cartoon of AOC, she's trying to now say that people get to go out and riot and hurt other people after she didn't like his right to protest?
I mean, come on!
Rioting is okay.
But mean memes, no.
Don't do it.
Writing's great.
Go out and protest.
Get your voices heard.
But when it comes to memes or cartoons on the internet, no, we are out.
I mean, if there weren't double standards, there would be no standards at all with these Democrats.
As my good friend Chris Plante popularized.
I do believe he's the one that came up with that phrase.
OK, but some people are waking up.
What a play this cut for you.
I'm sure you've used it on your show today, but it's a doozy.
I hate this guy.
I mean, really, I don't hate many people, but this guy is truly scum.
But I guess, I don't know, maybe he's been red-pilled a little bit.
This is Bill Maher, cut eight.
What are those three branches of government?
That's the essence of what made this country great, is that they founding fathers, who have been cancelled by a lot of people, which, again, strikes a lot of people as crazy.
That was their genius, is that we check each other.
And so, you know...
That kind of person is not going to care as much about that as something that is much closer to what happens in my home.
If my kid comes home from school and tells me, they're telling me I'm a racist.
What does that word mean, mommy?
Is a kid, a young kid, old enough to process that?
Or, you know, comes home and says, I think I'm a girl.
Now, and the school says that, I think in California, you have to go by that if, you know, the child wants to change his name to a girl's name.
That stuff is right in your home.
That's at your kitchen table.
That is the kind of stuff that is going to get people who go, oh, you know, what he was doing, Trump, in Ukraine, it was wrong as much as I read about it, but Ukraine's a long way away, and this is my house, and these are my children.
Now you're our media maiden, you're our West Coast warrior.
How significant is it that Bill Maher on CNN in front of Fredo, who's just kind of staring at him in front of Chris Cuomo, came out in one little clip against both CRT and transgenderism, Jennifer?
Did you see the little cane start to scoot him off the stage?
It just reached out and just swept him off the stage.
You're off!
You're out of here!
Do you remember the good old days when Bill Maher used to be a lunatic nutjob and now he's actually... What's so funny is that Bill Maher hasn't changed.
Bill Maher is a classic liberal and always has been.
Champagne socialist.
A champagne socialist.
But what has changed is that the far left has gone so far left that now we look at Bill Maher and we want to lay a big kiss on his cheek because he seems like he's talking sense for the first time ever.
And it's not because he's changed, it's because the Democrat Party has gotten so crazy.
And you know, to his point, and I think it's interesting that he brought up the kitchen table because that is the message that got Glenn Youngkin I call them quality of life issues, which I scream about to California Republicans when I'm out speaking engagements in my state.
But Glenn Youngkin calls them kitchen table issues and maybe that's more appropriate.
They are the issues that mean something to people.
They are the issues that affect people's health, heart, and pocketbook.
And those are the ways people vote.
That's how people's opinions are shaped.
It doesn't matter who is saying what.
It's how much money do I have in my savings account?
Is my family safe?
And is my kid getting a good education?
That really matters to people.
That's the winning message where Republicans have finally, like, I don't know if they blindly went into it, but they did get there.
They've embraced those messages.
That's a really good thing.
And that's what we need to run forward with in 2022.
But for Bill Maher to bring it up, And throw it at Chris Cuomo who looks appalled.
You can tell this is what Democrats are fearing.
They're fearing that Republicans have found those common sense messages.
I see it in California with parents who are pushing back in schools every single day now.
We keep having these protests because parents are tired of it.
We'll forgive her for wanting to kiss Bill Maher.
But follow her, listen to her every morning.
Host of the Morning Answer, AM 590, AM 870.
The Answer.
And follow her at Jennifer Horn.
This is America First.
The End
but that he went after transgender as well.
I can't believe that either.
He's going to be in trouble.
He's going to be in trouble.
I can't believe you said the three brains of the government is what makes our country great.
Yeah.
Sorry, Jen?
He's the one that speaks sense now.
It's crazy.
I know.
Bill Maher.
Bill Maher.
Our new icon.
Well, he's never hesitated to clash.
He beefed with Rashida Tlaib pretty hard over the Israel-Palestine stuff, and he never really backed down from that.
Yeah, but he's Jewish.
Yeah, he has to.
I actually didn't know that.
That's why.
But even then, there are other... He doesn't like anti-semites.
As you might not when you're Jewish.
Well, as you should.
As you should.
All right, you guys.
Have a great one.
Have a good one, my dear.
Oh, yeah, next weekend I'll see you.
I was thinking Thanksgiving, but yes, Wednesday.
Bye.
Bye now.
So by the way, Jeff, one more thing for the pre-recorded third hour.
So we've got merch and relief here.
It's already logged into that.
Two and a half minutes.
Okay.
Scroll down to the star one right there.
So he's appreciating classically liberal, classical liberal ideals.
I know, it's crazy.
When did we get away from the innocence of a child, where you gotta tell a child everything?
It's so strange.
Perverse.
Crazy people.
Crazy, crazy people.
So was Whitlock a player?
No, he played college football.
- I don't know them all.
- Gotcha.
- So was Whitlock a player?
- No, he played college football.
- Okay. - But not known.
- So he simply, because of an ESPN thing, he became famous?
Yeah, he was on ESPN for a long time too.
Oh, did you find anything OSS?
No, I just, I checked Silencer too, the only thing I found was the guy that we had on.
All right, I think I DMed them on Instagram.
Let me see if I can find it.
Oh, you know who we should have?
Thank you.
Whomst?
Um... National Shooting Sports Federation.
The SHOT Show guy, do you remember?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Began with a B, Italian name.
I know who you're talking about.
Are you going to that?
You saw that email, right?
Yeah, we've got to talk about that today.
And then we've got to talk about MTG.
Yeah.
Oh, title for Horn?
Assuming you want to post it.
Senior VP was Larry Keane?
No.
There's other people there, right?
Joe Bartosi?
Yes, that's it.
Joe.
Us, Joe.
Also Blackwell.
Blackwell.
America's new home for patriots.
Thank you.
Yep.
Horn.
Uh, we talked about rats, we talked about, oh, Disney, um, how woke will Disney go?
15 seconds.
All right.
Standby, coming in with the, this real liner, merch and relief here.

That's 833-334-6752.
But we have to continue.
We mentioned her in the last segment.
AOC, she's just dived off, dove off the deep end when it came to the hearing to censure Paul Gosar yesterday.
This was AOC's Narrative Cut 9.
issuing a depiction of murdering a member of Congress is wrong and instead decides to venture off into a tangent about gas prices and inflation.
What is so hard?
What is so hard about saying that this is wrong?
Well, that's an interesting question.
What is so hard about saying a funny cartoon meme, which has Paul Gosar's face superimposed on the superhero, which...
What is difficult about saying that's wrong?
I don't know.
It's a question of taste, I guess.
But what about a play in New York, in Central Park, Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, With the famous assassination scene, where on stage, yeah, they're fake daggers, but the symbolism is clear.
The senators, the consuls, assassinate the Roman leader.
Sacks of fake blood fly everywhere.
And the actor is made to look like Donald Trump.
Trying to remember if AOC had a problem with that.
That's not a silly cartoon meme.
It's the portrayal of a sitting president's assassination as quote-unquote art.
Didn't have a problem with that?
Now did you?
That's the hypocrisy of the left.
Your call's on 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Let's go.
Waiting very patiently.
From California!
It's Thursday.
3334-6752.
Let's go.
Waiting very patiently.
From California.
It's Thursday.
It's Antoinette.
Hi, Dr. G.
As a sidebar, as a fellow Latina, AOC is nuts.
She's a gourd.
Embarrassing woman!
Hang on, hang on.
Did you say Latina?
I thought the PC word was Latinx.
Aren't you a Latinx?
I am a Latino, but first an American!
Beautiful.
Perfectly put.
Give us your update, your events at PCH and MacArthur Boulevard, The Voice for the Voiceless.
How are you doing, my dear friend?
Dr. G, we're doing really, really well.
I just wanted to remind everybody, you know, we still go every Monday at Mission Viejo, every Thursday morning in Santa Ana at Planned Parenthood.
So the Pacific Coast Highway and MacArthur, you know, we're just going to go back December 3rd because of the holidays and the late night.
But we have helped this organization.
They found us in September and we found them.
It's called KISS.
nesting place, which is our Lord Jesus Christ, and we've been helping them raise money.
They need to buy a van.
So our goal was $60,000.
We've raised almost $42,000.
And I just want to ask the listeners, your listeners at America First, please go to hisnestingplace.org.
And what does this organization do, Antoinette, very quickly?
Guess what they do?
They help the women so they don't have the abortions.
They take those women in, they house them, they help them with their new babies.
Some maybe have a little baby or two as well, another child, but they take them in, they house them.
So Dr. Gore, HisNestingPlace.org.
We're raising money for December.
That's a beautiful cause, helping young mothers, saving the lives of those unborn.
I'll make a donation myself.
It is HisNestingPlace.org.
Guys, if you can afford it, Five bucks.
Ten bucks.
Make a difference.
Let's help these young mothers and these newly born young Americans.
HisNestingPlace.org.
What a lovely title.
God bless you Antoinette.

You know what's driving me the most insane about this whole, now that they've censored him already?
All the mainstream media coverage of it.
Initially, when he first posted the video and it went viral, they would describe it and say, oh, it's an edited version of the Attack on Titan opening sequence, faces superimposed onto this character, blah blah blah.
But now that he's been censored and it's done, all the articles talking about it don't even describe the video.
They just say, he, Gozar, violently posted a violent video showing him violently killing AOC.
Did we mention it was violent?
Like, maybe they'll throw in the word animated, but otherwise, they don't even say what it is anymore, because... So, did he... Because I remember reading it originally, but I can't remember the detail.
Did he repost it, or did his team make that?
It was posted from his account, which means, yeah, his... His comms team made it for him, yeah.
And then, apparently, right after they passed the motion to censor him, he retweeted an account from Elijah Schaefer, a tweet from Elijah Schaefer featuring the video.
Like, after he got censored, he basically tweeted it again, as...
But his guys made it.
Yeah, his guys made it.
I devoted yes for making an anime video.
But you don't even know what anime is!
- It's stupid, I know that.
- I'll like... - What's your name?
All right, where are you calling from?
All I can say about it, having seen the whole series, it's a great series, which has one of the worst finales ever.
Like, you know how Game of Thrones had, like, a horrendous ending, or House of Cards had a bad final season?
It was like that.
It was an incredible show, and then in the final act, it just collapsed into no two that's helping him so bad.
That's pretty common.
Yeah.
Any cuts you want to play, we still have... Yeah, I'm definitely going to do Colbert.
In reference to what?
What about Taylor?
Yes, I'll probably get to Taylor at some point.
Alright, hang on.
Which one's the Colbert cut?
6?
6.
Yes!
- Yes, okay. - Look at MyPillowPatriotMobile here and we're coming in with that cut?
No.
He'll T it up.
Yeah.
All right, 20 seconds.
Stand by.
Stand by.

Jim, Texas, welcome aboard.
Hey, thanks for taking the call.
My question is, if we are on pace to have 2.5 million people cross our border illegally this year, how is that not considered an invasion, and why isn't anybody, particularly on the Republican side, calling it treason?
That's my question for you.
Good question, great question, Jim.
It's an invasion.
We've had guests on the show such as the former Commissioner for Customs and Border Patrol, Mark Morgan and others, and Tim Homan of ICE, who call it an invasion.
It clearly is.
It doesn't constitute treason.
Why?
Because treason is giving aid and succor to our enemies.
We're not at war with Guatemala.
We're not at war with Mexico.
We're not at war with the more than a hundred nationalities of people coming across the border.
So technically, if you want to be accurate, treason really doesn't cut it.
But Jim, you're absolutely right.
An invasion it is.
Let's go to Rick, St.
Paul, Minnesota, line two.
Greetings from one Magyar to another, Doctor.
Greetings.
Rick, you're up.
This is where you go for it.
In regards to Biden-Harris, doesn't it take two-thirds of each house to get rid of the president?
No.
Two-thirds in the Senate, simple majority in the lower house.
Why?
Well, couldn't the Republicans throw a monkey wrench into the plans of the Democrats?
What, you mean to keep Biden in office?
Are you serious?
Well, you're the genius, so... No, no, hang on, Rick.
You want Republicans to sabotage Nancy's attempt, or whoever else is planning it, to get rid of Biden?
You want us to keep one of the most disastrous presidents in the history, not of America, but mankind, in office?
Are you insane, man?
No.
No, I'm just posing it as a crazy question.
What?
Yeah, that's pretty crazy.
I mean, there are crazy questions and then there are questions that should be in a straitjacket.
It's an interesting theoretical construct, but no, there is no Republican who should assist keeping Biden in office.
On the contrary, but Thanks for stretching the envelope on the scenarios there.
Let's go to Kaye, California, line 5.
Welcome, Kaye.
Oh, Dr. Gorka, love you so much, particularly your voice, and thank you for standing with all of us.
And there I thought you loved me for my mind, but you just love me for my voice, Kaye.
I feel so objectified there.
All of it.
The whole package.
I know your time is precious.
Let me be brief.
You know, I am a long time born and raised in California.
Cannot understand why the world is getting crazier and crazier.
And it occurred to me that the left has a winning strategy.
The winning strategy is this.
Take any issue, find the solution that is the opposite interest of the nation and the people.
Then wrap it in compassion and push it out.
Wash, rinse, repeat.
You do that over and over and over again and you destroy the country.
Yeah, it's so true, this concept of how the left are the emotional and compassionate ones and how conservatives are evil, mean-spirited and greedy.
Let's just stop for a second.
Let's take elections and politics out of it for a moment.
Let's just talk about ideologies and frameworks for analyzing the world, systems of analysis.
Very interesting that we have basically two baskets of political ideologies.
We have left and right.
We have one that preaches compassion, but whose apotheosis, socialism or communism, has taken the lives, according to left-wing historians, of more than a hundred million human beings from the Soviet Union to Cambodia.
On the other side we have, you can call it what you will, you can call it conservative, Republican, Tory, what have you.
You have an ideology in the form of democracy, in the form of capitalism, that has lifted more people out of non-representation, out of disenfranchisement, out of dictatorship, out of poverty than any other system known to man.
Since the dawn of time, since the first way we organized ourselves was in tribes, in clans, through the dynastic system, through the feudal system, Through the city-states right up to republics and what we have today across the globe, there is no other model of governing human beings that has done more than to give justice and prosperity
To as many people as democratic market capitalism has done.
But we are the ones without compassion.
You're right.
It stems from one very simple dynamic.
The left hates America.
There's no grand conspiracy, because if everybody on your side hates America, that's all you need.
But the packaging, the bow with which it is wrapped, the cloak that enshrouds this evil ideology, is of course, you're right, compassion.
Beautifully put, Kay.
Stay on the line.
Let's reward Kay with one of our Let's Go Brandon hats.

How the Left Gets Away With It, Their Secret Strategy.
Yep.
Okay.
A minute and a half, we're promoing the podcast.
Okay, let's come in with something.
Dang.
Oh, can you play me Cut 10?
Yeah, go.
Cut 10.
That what we do so long as we claim that it is a joke doesn't matter.
That what we say here doesn't matter.
That our actions every day as elected leaders in the United States of America doesn't matter.
One minute.
That this chamber and what happens in it doesn't matter.
And I am here to rise to say that it does.
Our work here matters.
Our example matters.
There is meaning in our service.
She's trying so hard to make tears come out and it's not working.
Can you come in with cut six?
Cut six, you got it.
Okay, coming in with Cut 6, 30 seconds.
What they say in the house matters, but that's why they kicked MTG off her committees for stuff she said before she was in Congress.
What's Brian's name?
Steven, right?
Steven, yeah.
I think, yeah.
Coming in with Cut 6.
Is he the oldest one?
I think so, yes.
For sure.
Stand by.
Bye-bye.
I'm with you.
Steven Bryant, privacy.
From the ReliefFactor.com studios, this is America First with Sebastian Gorka. -
Earlier today, Hugh Shaman Jacob Chansley was sentenced to 41 months in prison.
Who are those people?
I mean, that's just evil.
Stephen Colbert celebrating some clearly mentally troubled man.
The cute, quote-unquote, the QAnon shaman with the silly hat from January the 6th.
Celebrating his imprisonment for almost four years.
And then, who's in the audience?
Who's cheering?
It's just perverse.
It's truly evil.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Brian Cleveland, line one.
Dr. Gorka, it's an honor to talk to you.
Thank you.
You had mentioned something about moving Kamala Harris to the Supreme Court, but how would that go about if there's not a vacancy?
Because they've been putting pressure on Stephen Breyer already.
They want to get rid of him, like they did with MTG.
They said to RGB, you're too old, retire so we can control it.
They want him to retire so they can put a new person in there.
It's very simple.
Has he made any indication that he's willing to retire?
No, zero.
But I'm sure behind the scenes they're putting the pressure on.
That's the scenario that is being floated.
Thank you, Brian.
Let's go to Joe, Illinois.
Hey, Dr. G. Yeah, that Latina mom brought tears to my eyes.
You know, mother birds taking care of baby birds.
My main reason for calling in is that it was the American Airlines flight attendants that pushed back against Joe Biden's mandate.
And the pilots backed them up.
And let's see what's going to happen with this.
It's a glorious sight, Joe.
We need much, much more of it.
But I think it's happening.
But next time, pilots, don't take a sickie.
Just walk off.
Send America a message of courage.
Thank you, Joe.

Thank you.
Um, you know, and this is one of my thoughts I want to share with you.
Based on what she said, okay?
Look at all these communist hypocrites.
That's what they are.
I love it.
Go straight to the real deal.
Communists, that's who they are.
Hypocrites like Bernie Sanders, Obama, Biden, Pelosi, AOC, John Kerry, the work.
They live the American capitalistic lifestyle with multimillionaires and whatever.
But they want all Americans to live a communist one.
You know?
They're such hypocrites.
Take a look at them.
It's the most glorious part of our hour with Marjorie Taylor Greene yesterday where she just said, you know, forget it.
They're not socialists.
They're communists.
The Democrats on Capitol Hill are communists.
Check it out.
You don't want to miss a minute of our hour with MTG.
Next, our one-on-one with a man who's going to tell us How to stop election fraud.
Hans von Spakovsky here on America First.
The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
Do you believe Russian hacking could actually change the outcome?
Yes!
Russian hacking was part of an effort to defeat Hillary Clinton.
Did Russian hacking help sway the election for Donald Trump?
Clinton blames the head of the FBI, James Comey, for stopping her momentum.
There were a number of reasons for this, but lead among them, in my view, would be that letter from Director Comey.
Comey helped Trump see the other way.
So-called fake news can have real-world consequences.
The rash of fake news stories on people's timelines influenced the election.
Presidential campaign that won the Electoral College fueled by fake news.
The Electoral College.
Russian hacking.
Comey.
Fake news.
The Electoral College.
Russian hacking.
Comey.
Fake news.
The Electoral College.
Russian hacking.
Comey, fake news. Electoral College. Russian hacking. Comey. Fake news. The Electoral College. Russian hacking. Comey. Fake news. The Electoral College. Russian hacking. Comey. Fake news. The Electoral College. Russian hacking.
Jim Comey. Fake news.
What it suggests potentially is that the election was in some sense illegitimate.
Welcome dear friends to America First One on One.
I am the American I am going to risk everything right now.
This may be the shortest one-on-one interview ever.
In fact, we may not even have to do it, because as you heard from that montage, the 2016 election was fraught, according to one side of the aisle and the mainstream media, with election fraud.
Everywhere you looked, there was election fraud.
But then the selfsame voices said about the last election in 2020 that it was watertight.
The most secure election ever, so it looks like in one election cycle we've fixed everything.
Seriously, let's look at the question of election integrity in America with our authority, the man we always ask to discuss these issues with us, Senior Legal Fellow at the Conservative Mothership, the Heritage Foundation, former Federal Election Commissioner and Manager of Heritage's Election Law Reform Initiative, Hans von Spakovsky.
Welcome to One on One.
Sebastian, thanks for having me.
So, have we fixed everything?
Clearly, if you ask the Democrats, it's all fixed, right?
We stole the last election, conservatives, but now it's all fixed because, what, Biden won?
Well, that apparently is their view.
Plus, if anyone raises any questions of any kind, then you're a crazy, paranoid conspirator.
We have problems throughout our election process.
I mean, that's why John Fund and I named the book, Our Broken Elections.
And unfortunately, that accelerated last year because, as you know, progressive organizations used the COVID pandemic as an excuse to try to get all these election rules changed, often right in the middle of the election, as it was occurring.
And the justifications for those rules were simply not there.
COVID was just an excuse.
And almost all of them We're intended to basically break down, get rid of the safety and security protocols that states have put in place.
All right, we'll talk about what happened in the last election.
Let's start by setting the stage.
Let's talk a little bit about you, your experience.
Let's talk about the system that we have here in our Republic because it is rather unique.
given the electoral college and the way the presidents are chosen.
Let's start at the beginning.
Who's responsible for elections?
Because right now we have these efforts such as HR1, which are clearly designed to try and federalize elections so that, you know, DC gets to control how elections are done.
That's not what the founding fathers had in mind, correct?
No, we have the most decentralized election system of any western democracy in fact when i was on the federal election commission we used to get foreign delegations and they were always totally astonished when i told them that the fbc does not actually run elections in the country that are commission that you served on doesn't run elections and people say well hang on that's not how we do it in our country now that's exactly right as you well know uh... it's totally different europe in here the states run elections and actually in the states
The day-to-day operations are run down at the county government level.
That's where voter registration occurs.
That's where they set up polling places and hire people to work in those polling places, down at the county government level.
So let's ask a layman's question, if I may.
When it comes to the running of elections, where is the locus of power?
Who is the most important individual?
Because last year's election clearly demonstrated that there's Certain disagreement in various states as to whether governors can unilaterally say, oh, we don't need to verify signatures or whether it's a state's secretary of state or whether it is the legislative body.
So I know every state is different because they have their own constitutions.
But if you look at the original intent, where is the locus of election management in America?
The locus of power is the state legislatures.
But what you had last year when governors and secretaries of state and others were basically saying, well we're just not going to comply with this state law, is they were in essence breaking the law.
And unfortunately too many courts Let them get away with it.
That's why, I mean, one of the recommendations that John Fund and I make in our book in the last chapter is changing those provisions to give members of the legislature standing to sue in court when an election official, other government official, decides not to comply with the law.
So I want you to be my sounding board, my sanity check, because I've heard some very disturbing things from people who've worked these issues, people who've been constitutional lawyers, people like Jenna Ellis, people like Phil Kline, former Attorney General of Kansas, who have regaled me with numerous stories of going to state legislatures, going to state houses, and not necessarily finding malfeasance or just rampant corruption.
But finding ignorance, finding state reps who really aren't aware that it is their body that runs elections and thinks that governors can overwrite them or the DOJ can come in and write roughshod.
In your experience, is there an issue of education or an issue of actual constitutional knowledge?
Well, that's a problem with all legislators, whether it's at the state or federal level.
But, look, what I will say is the questions about last year's election and the frustrations over last year's election actually led to a positive development.
The positive development was that it made a lot of state legislators finally aware
of the problems that uh... job but i've been talking about for years and that's why you had states like florida georgia texas arizona and others they actually passed pretty good election reform since last since the election yeah they did it uh... in the first quarter of this year and and remember those election reform bills that they pass places like georgia texas came under tremendous unfair Criticism from the left.
I mean, Joe Biden and others saying they're engaging in Jim Crow.
No, they actually passed some good reforms to fix some of the holes in the system that we currently have.
So they finally understood this is a problem.
We got to do something about it.
We're talking to Hans von Spakovsky, who is co-author of a brand new book, Our Open Elections.

That's S-P-A-K-O-V-S-K-Y.
Your reaction, you know, you've mentioned these positive developments since November.
Your reaction to The highest court in the land saying to Texas and 17 other states, sorry, it's irrelevant.
Your request for us to look at.
Issues in the last election, you have no standing.
How is that possible?
Because, you know, the President of America is also the President of Texas, I presume.
No, I think that was a major substantive mistake by the Supreme Court.
I think the idea that a particular state, or in this case a large group of states, Don't have standing if the laws governing elections are not followed in other states to the point where it could change the outcome of an election.
I think that was just wrong.
And unfortunately, I believe that the justices on the court, as happened with so many other judges across the country in both the federal courts and state courts, wanted to avoid the political hot potato of actually looking at the substantive issues involved and that's why as you know all the cases that were filed None of them actually got to the point of having a hearing looking at the actual evidence.
All of them were dismissed on procedural grounds.
No standing.
You filed too late.
And I think judges wanted to avoid getting into this very big political scene, and so they said, well, what excuse can we use to get rid of this case?
Which means there's no recourse.
The judicial branch, which is meant to actually make decisions on these issues, basically reneges its responsibility.
Yeah, they did, although I think there are ways to remedy some of that.
And one of them, as I said, is getting rid of... Remember, the excuse almost all the judges used was no standing.
Yeah.
Well, that can be fixed easily with a statute.
Right, so get out in front of it, fix it at the state level, bring the legislation to bear that makes these ad hoc, last minute, unconstitutional changes impossible.
But first, those state houses have to want to do that job and they have to want to have election integrity.
The End

We're back with Hans von Spakovsky.
He is the Senior Legal Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, managing the Election Law Reform Initiative.
So let's look specifically, Hans, at What happened last year?
And I'm not a former election commissioner.
I'm not a lawyer.
You served in the DOJ, correct, as a lawyer?
I did, yes.
So here's my layman's take, and you tell me if it resonates.
Conservatives are concerned.
They are justifiably aggrieved because The incumbent president received more votes than any other incumbent president in history.
And in four battleground states the vote count was halted and then the results reversed when the vote count was started again.
So at least there are questions in four battleground states.
For all the theories that have been developed since then, there are various baskets of theories.
Some rather outré ones, such as data farms in Germany, Venezuela, Dominion voting machines, memory sticks, algorithms, Wi-Fi access to electronic systems.
My argument is a very simple one.
If you know that the Vote reversal occurred in places like Philadelphia, in Atlanta.
These are places that have, in some cases, Chicago, decades long history of fraught elections.
And old school fraud is perhaps where we should start.
The idea that ballot stuffing, filling out Election ballots for people who aren't actually the person on the ballot.
Does it make sense if you're looking to address these issues to follow the KISS principle and to stay with the keep it simple and start with that which we know, I mean it's a joke, Philadelphia, Chicago, these are butts of jokes for decades.
Before we get to these ideas of computers and algorithms, we have a lot of work to do which is very prosaic, do we not?
Yeah, no, no, you've analyzed it exactly right.
If you want to look at problems in the elections, you look at The ways elections have been stolen in the past.
Right.
And for those who think that doesn't still happen, I mean, look, you mentioned ballot stuffing, right?
Okay, just a couple of weeks ago, and this didn't get, this got almost no media attention, because the media doesn't like covering this.
Just a couple of weeks ago, a former election official in Philadelphia, who was actually a staffer for a member of the city council, and who was responsible for running at least three polling places in Philly, She was indicted by the acting U.S.
Attorney for stuffing ballot boxes in her three precincts with bogus votes.
So old-school fraud.
Yes, and for those who think that was isolated, no.
Last year in May, also in Philadelphia, another election official was charged with exactly the same thing.
Stuffing the ballot box in multiple elections for multiple candidates and he pleaded guilty to that and guess who he says was paying him to do it a democratic political consultant in philadelphia a former democratic congressman who also was indicted by the feds now that case is not yet You know, found whether he's innocent or guilty.
But the point of it is that old-fashioned, old-style ballot stuffing was clearly going on in Philadelphia as part of a conspiracy.
It wasn't just one isolated example.
So despite what we are told by the legacy mainstream media that voter fraud, election fraud doesn't happen, There are prosecutions and convictions every year, are there not?
Yes, there are.
Across the nation?
Yeah, look, we maintain a database at the Heritage Foundation, we just started a couple years ago, of proven voter fraud cases.
We're constantly adding more cases to it.
We just added two more, we're following probably a couple of dozen more of prosecutions across the country.
And look, the key to this, Sebastian, as you probably know, is that Look, there may not be widespread fraud everywhere in America in every election, but there's enough that we need to be concerned about it, and where could it make the difference?
In close elections.
Yes.
That is the key to it.
In close elections.
Like New Jersey.
Yes, right, right.
And again, to illustrate this, a month or so ago, the Los Angeles prosecutor indicted half a dozen individuals in compton california including a member of the city council Ballot fraud.
That city councilman who was indicted won his election by one vote.
Oh my gosh.
We're talking to Hans von Spakovsky of the Heritage Foundation, former Federal Election Commissioner.
The new book that gives you chapter and verse on the challenge to the United States is Our Broken Elections, How the Left Changed the Way You Vote.
A powerful, powerful subtitle.
Follow him at Hvonspakovsky on Twitter.
So we've discussed that there is a preventative role that the state's legislatures have to get out in front and make election fraud as hard as possible.
Talk to us about the other side, the praxis once an election is occurring because we saw the video of GOP poll observers being escorted out of the building As vote counting continued, as you know, luggage was pulled from under tables with ballots in them on camera.
And then we hear these attempts to do something in the courts in Philly and elsewhere that were thrown out.
GOP officials locked out of buildings.
What is the culpability?
What is the role of the party?
So what is the job of the RNC?
What is the job of the GOP once an election is occurring?
And how badly was the ball dropped?
Right.
Look, one of the most important things they can do is, one, actually supply folks to work in the polls.
Because most states, Virginia is one for example, they have a state law that says that election officials, when they're filling up polling positions, so these are people who actually run the polls, are supposed to do as much as possible Have bipartisan poll officials.
They're supposed to hire both Republicans and Democrats.
And there's always a two-feud GOP.
No, that's exactly right.
And the other thing is important, as you said, is poll watchers.
Look, as you well know, because of your international experience, the U.S.
State Department, we send teams of observers all over the world of fledgling democracies.
That's why observer programs in the U.S.
are so important.
And one of the things that Texas did in its election reform bill, the one that got such criticism, because of what you described of observers being thrown out of places like Philadelphia, is they actually strengthened The Texas law on observers to make it extremely difficult for election officials to throw an observer out.
And that strengthening of that statute got horrendous criticism from Democratic legislators.
Why would you do that?
I mean, this is the obvious question.
Or why would measures that make fraud more difficult be a problem to any party?
I don't care, you know, what the symbol of the party is or what they represent.
Surely voter fraud is something you would want to minimize.
The End
The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you. .
We're talking to Hans von Spakovsky.
The book is Our Broken Elections.
Hans, you've mentioned other countries.
I grew up in the UK.
I lived in Hungary for 15 years.
Give us a little bit of a comparison with other nations.
You know, we hear these stories that, you know, voter ID is suppression of votes.
Talk to us about Mexico.
Talk to us about, there's more than a billion people in India, and as far as I know, they show their IDs when they go to vote.
So, are we, is the only nation on God's Earth to put men on the moon perhaps one of the most backward when it comes to securing our elections?
Unfortunately, that's true.
If I can, can I tell you a quick funny story about this?
You know, the European Union, as you well know, sends observers to our federal elections, and now for a number of years I've been asked to help brief the observers before the election.
I'm almost always put on a panel With representatives from these very progressive liberal advocacy groups.
These are the ones that have sued every state.
You mean the U.S.
advocacy groups?
U.S.
advocacy groups.
These are the ones who have sued every state about voter ID.
And I remember one specific incident where they were talking about how horrible ID was, it was used to suppress votes, and all the European observers could not understand what they were talking about because in all of their countries, you have to show an ID to vote.
I mean, they just didn't understand why this would be a problem.
Look, Mexico has a much larger population in poverty than us.
They have a very strict photo ID requirement.
One of the first things that South Africa did when it became a democracy, when Nelson Mandela was running for president, they put in an ID requirement.
So, nations that have barrios, nations that have ghettos far beyond the proportion we have here, manage to somehow have voter ID laws?
Yes, and they, on a second issue, They frown on mail-in or absentee ballots because they understand how much fraud can occur with those and how much easier it is and they, many of the nations, don't allow it or severely restrict the circumstances under which you can use a mail-in ballot.
And simply because, logically, mailing in is just far more susceptible, yes?
You are there at the voting booth, you're showing your ID, depending on the state.
The obverse is just some envelope being mailed and then who's opening it?
We don't know.
Who's collecting it?
Who's verifying it?
Who's standing there when it's being opened?
Is it being put in the rubbish if it's for the wrong candidate?
I mean, this is just common sense, is it not?
Well, it's common sense to all of us.
It isn't to folks on the progressive left.
The other reason they like it is, remember, in every state there are laws against campaigning in polling places.
So candidates can't show up, they can't pressure you to vote a particular way.
There's nothing to prevent them from showing up at voters' homes and trying to coerce and pressure them to vote a particular way.
Talk to us about the significance of voter rolls and their influence on the integrity of a given election.
The states, unfortunately, are doing a very bad job of maintaining the accuracy of their roles.
They're not finding people who have moved to other states.
They're not taking people off who have died.
There have been a number of studies done on this.
One in particular I know of that's probably the best has found literally tens of thousands of individuals, for example, who are registered in more than one state And are taking advantage of that by voting in the same election in more than one state.
And that is a real issue, one that's got to be fixed.
Yet, again, every time states try to do something about that, they get sued by the ACLU and other organizations saying, oh, you're trying to keep people from voting.
No, what the states are trying to do Whose job should it be?
Is there a job for private individuals, citizens, voters, activist groups to get involved in cleaning up voter rolls?
Or do we just leave this to the state?
No, they should get involved because, in fact, look, the best thing grassroots organizations can do is get a copy of the voter registration list, for example, for their county and start going through it.
And if you find, for example, that there are 40 people registered to vote at what you know is a single-family home, you need to go take a look at that and let election officials know that there is a potential problem with those voter registrations.

The End
I'm sorry.
Hans, we have to look forward.
We have to hope that the states do what is incumbent upon them to make fraud as hard as possible.
What is the role of the individual who's concerned?
My wife is a trained election officer, so she does her bit.
Every day we get calls here at this show, I get DMs, I get texts from people who say, that's it, I'm done, I'm not voting again, I'm a conservative, but they stole it last time and there's no point.
Now I can say to them, oh really?
Did they steal Virginia?
So this isn't just A job for you or for state secretaries?
Everybody has a responsibility, do they not?
Oh, yeah, they do.
And look, one of the reasons Georgia passed an election reform bill was because of a group of grassroots activists, some of whom I know, They all got together and said, we've got to have Georgia fix some of the problems we saw in last year's election.
And they started besieging their state legislators down there.
And the legislators got interested.
And that resulted in that election reform bill getting passed.
Look, the other thing that folks ought to do, besides being a poll watcher, working in a polling place, is this.
What has started happening?
Because, Sebastian, I know you've covered this.
What has started happening at school board meetings across the country?
Parents have started showing up at these meetings that normally, they're always open to the public, nobody shows up.
Right.
But they've started showing up and they've started asking questions about the critical race theory propaganda being taught to their kids.
In the county governments that run elections across the country, they have county election boards.
And their meetings are public meetings.
I was on two.
One such county board in Georgia, one in Virginia.
We would have public meetings and hardly anybody would show up.
Start showing up at those county board meetings and start asking questions.
Are they doing basic things like comparing the county voter registration list to the state's DMV list to find people who've moved and so need to be taken off the list, checking with state vital records departments to find people who have died so you can take them off the list.
Start asking questions and if the folks on the county election board aren't doing their job, Get them replaced.
Or run yourself.
Yes, exactly right.
We're talking to the co-author of a brand new book, Art Broken Elections, Hans von Spakovsky, How the Left Changed the Way You Vote.
Okay, biggest question of the day, as far as I'm concerned, as just a voter, as a citizen, We have this.
Congresswoman Claudia Tenney was in the studio yesterday.
She gave me this.
This is a $350 million Zuckerbucks note.
The involvement of private individuals and private money in what I call the privatization of our elections.
The idea that COVID was a smokescreen to allow people like Mark Zuckerberg to drop almost half a billion dollars into certain districts to provide actual pseudo-election officials, to provide drop boxes in Democrat strongholds, not Republican ones.
What is happening to stop this?
Because next time it could be not half a billion, it could be three billion dollars.
That was probably one of the biggest factors in last year's election and why it came out the way it did.
And in fact, we devote an entire chapter on going through this because in essence, what Zuckerberg and the other liberal donors did is they moved What is normally the Democratic Party's get out the vote campaign into official government offices and use the resources of government offices to get their vote out.
One of the recommendations we make in our book, which now a number of states have followed, is to ban all private funding of election officials and election offices.
Florida has passed such a ban.
Georgia has passed such a ban.
So we have Arizona and Texas.
So states are acting to do something about this.
So that is the answer to that, and I hope more states will take it up.
Because, look, I don't care if you're a blue state or a red state, I would think everyone would agree that you don't want any private funding.
From either side?
From either side going into the running of elections.
Right.
Is there nothing to be done about what happened the last time?
You're saying states have made this illegal in certain parts of the country, but does Zuckerberg and do his buddies in Palo Alto get away with privatizing last year's election?
I mean, you're a former DOJ lawyer, so... Look, unfortunately, the way they structured it, it wasn't illegal under state law.
Whether there was an IRS implication there, Whether you could find evidence that they were acting with partisan purposes, even though they went through the private, non-profit route, I don't know the answer to that, but the only way you could uncover that would be if the IRS were to do an investigation.
And what do you think of the chances that under the current administration...
The 38,000 extra officers they're hiring are not going to be used to target liberals like Mark Zuckerberg.
I don't think so.
I think it'll be the Lois Lerner redux.
It'll be targeting anybody who is associated with, what, the 74 million who voted for Donald Trump.

I don't think he was too woke.
He was the exact opposite.
You know what woke means?
It means you're a loser.
Everything woke.
Everything woke.
It's true.
It made it hard for fraud to be rampant.
And secondly, I think we just had a smart pivot, a pirouette, if you will, from Youngkin, who was talking business, business, business.
Then he saw the Mama Bears at the school board meetings.
Then he embraced this anti-CRT movement.
And he said, I'm going to ban Critical Race series.
So he took an economic platform and kind of rejigged it into a cultural warfare platform.
And that's why he won.
And of course, Terry McAuliffe's statement that parents shouldn't be in charge and we have too many white teachers helped as well.
But I'm not sure Virginia is the model for election integrity going forward.
How much more work is there to be done?
There's a lot more work to be done.
You know, while a number of states that we've talked about and talk about in the book have passed election reform, other states haven't.
In fact, in Virginia, Democrats have controlled the state legislature now for several years, have basically reversed.
All the good changes.
The state used to have a good voter ID law.
That got wiped out.
They put in a law that's going to put in same-day voter registration next year.
All that's got to be changed.
One thing that didn't get a lot of attention in Virginia is that the Republicans there, both the candidates and actually the state party, they put on, grassroots organizations, they put on an unprecedented statewide poll watcher program that they've never had anything like it before.
But even in Virginia this election, You once again had officials trying to manipulate the election by not complying with state law.
A week and a half before the election, you had the county registrar in Fairfax County.
That's a blue county.
It's controlled by Democrats.
Largest county in the state.
He came out and said, I'm not going to comply with the state law on absentee ballots.
And he was just vocal about it again.
Virginia needs to pass a law that's going to give folks the ability to go to court and prevent that kind of thing from happening.
Well, they have a two-seat majority.
It was confirmed this week.
The GOP has a two-seat majority in Richmond.
But to your point, What is the possible motivation, I can think of only one, for Governor Northam, the butcher of Richmond, to say, for the first time in the Commonwealth's history, we're not going to verify signatures on mail-in ballots?
I see only one.
I mean, whether it's cashing a cheque or a contract, the only reason you don't check a signature is why?
Because it's not the right signature and you don't want it checked.
No, that's exactly right.
And that's why, look, that was one of the biggest things that the left last year across the country tried to do was get rid of the signature comparison requirement.
And again, why would you do that other than to allow fraud to occur?
Very simple.
It's just common sense.
As usual, most problems in America can be solved with just a little bit of common sense and leadership.
And it comes down to those who are prepared to lead.
I think the victory in Virginia for Glenn Youngkin occurred in large part because of the grass Roots leadership.
Not just of party officials, precinct captains, but parents at those school board meetings.
Are you running for office?
Are you supporting somebody who's running for office?
Or have you volunteered to be a poll watcher or an election official?
It's that simple.
