Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Steve Bannon surrenders to authorities
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
That the defendant committed these crimes. - Yes.
He committed a first-degree reckless homicide against Joseph Rosenbaum.
He put Richie McGinnis' life in jeopardy.
He put Jump Kick Man's life in jeopardy.
He intended to kill Anthony Huber.
And he attempted to kill Gage Grosskreutz.
All of those elements are true.
The question is whether or not you believe that his actions were legally justified.
And I submit to you that no reasonable person would have done what the defendant did.
And that makes your decision easy.
He is guilty of all counts.
That's live coverage from the trial of the then 17-year-old young boy, Kyle Rittenhouse.
They've arrested their case.
That is the US assistant, the assistant DA, Thomas Binger, who said that Kyle Rittenhouse is guilty of first-degree homicide.
The judge has stated that the final decision, the verdict, could be arrived at as soon as this evening.
Each side has two, two and a half hours to make their closing statements.
We will keep you apprised of any developments here on America First on the Salem Radio Network.
I am your host, Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump and currently a member Of the DoD National Security Education Board.
We have amazing guests for you today.
A whole hour with Greg Jarrett.
What does this trial mean?
What is the state of finally getting back some justice?
from the deep, deep state here in Washington, D.C.
as a result of the recent John Durham indictments and arrests.
John Solomon and also David Goldman will be joining us.
We will keep you apprised of everything to do with that case and also recent developments such as the fact that Steve Bannon, my former colleague, actually my superior in the White House at Breitbart.com, surrendered to the authorities today in his contempt of Congress charge.
I said one thing.
He is now stronger.
He is more influential.
Steve Bannon is more powerful than he ever was as chief strategist in the White House for the incumbent president.
I think Nancy does not know what she is doing.
And eventually she may make a folk hero out of Steve Bannon.
But let them do that.
Let them overstep the mark.
Let them be the radicals that they truly are in front of the world's eyes.
Because then we will see more victories.
As we witnessed just two weeks ago in Virginia.
On top of that, the other big story of the day, there's trouble in paradise.
Yes, we have very strange reports from the mainstream media, not the conservative media, not Newsmax, not Breitbart, not Fox, but the mainstream legacy media saying there are problems in the White House.
They seem to be undermining Kamala Harris, which is weird because if the left finally realizes that they need to attack Kamala Harris, does it make them the misogynists?
Does it make them the racists?
They may have realized that Biden will not win an election in three years' time, and the idea that Kamala Harris, who got less than 2% in the Democrat primaries, could be a realistic national contender against any Republican who's actually breathing and has a heartbeat, let alone somebody who is as virile and energetic as my former boss, President Trump, it looks like they want to get rid of her right now.
How do we know that there's big trouble inside the Democrat Party?
Very strange.
Very strange.
9.20pm last night.
Not a usual time.
Jen Psaki doesn't usually tweet at 9pm on a Sunday, but the Press Secretary, to the senile old man who sadly bears the title President of the United States currently, posted this on her at PressSec Twitter account.
For anyone who needs to hear it, strange way to start, kind of passive-aggressive, isn't it?
For anyone who needs to hear it, ATVP is not only a vital partner to ATPOTUS, President of the United States, but a bold leader who has taken on key, important challenges, not just important, but key, important challenges facing the country.
I wonder, could you tell me one of them, Jen?
Just one that she's taken on.
Is it making fake videos with child actors who are paid for to laugh at her not-funny jokes about space exploration?
Sorry, I keep interrupting myself.
Editorializing.
But excuse me.
Let's get back to this.
From Jen Psaki.
Last night.
Nine o'clock.
Sunday.
For anyone who needs to hear it, the Vice President is not only a vital partner to the President, but a bold leader who has taken on key I mean, that is an indictment of Kamala Harris.
From voting rights to addressing root causes of migration to expanding broadband.
I mean, that is an indictment of Kamala Harris.
She's a good vice president because she's taken on broadband.
I want to see that footage of her in her lineman's uniform climbing that telephone pole and putting in that digital cable so people are getting their Cox, Verizon, Fios connections.
What has she done exactly, Jen, in terms of solving the challenge of expanding broadband?
What has she done about voters' rights, exactly?
I have one thing to say and I tweeted it out as soon as I saw that.
It's a line from The Bard.
The lady doth protest too much.
When you're making too much noise about just how great Kamala Harris is, the cackler, the less than 2% candidate for the Democrat primaries, less than 2% of Democrats liked her and voted for her before she dropped out of their own party's primaries.
She's the one that you have to defend as As being a bold leader?
Bold leader?
What?
To Willie Brown's bedroom?
Is that how much of a bold leader she is?
Bold leader running away to Vietnam as we're seeing Kabul surrendered by the senile old man with two past brain aneurysms in the White House.
Doesn't know the difference between his wife or his sister or that Super Tuesday is on Thursday.
The man who gets angry at the drop of a hat, which is a sign of dementia.
An individual who has to have a fake TV studio built across the street from the Oval Office.
For what reason?
We don't know.
Why do you have to have a replica of the White House one block from the White House?
Very strange.
I tell you one thing.
They're desperate.
They're worried.
Biden is a husk.
He is a zombie.
They look at the figures.
They look at the polling.
They look at the spike in COVID in the draconian Democrat-controlled states.
They look at the supply chain disasters, the price of gas, and they know they don't have a snowball's chance in hell.
Then they look at the person that they chose because of what?
Which type of sexual organs she has?
What her gender is?
And the shade of her skin?
And she's the replacement?
Even the Democrats aren't that stupid.
So who's it gonna be?
The rumours are...
Please, don't take this, you know, the wrong way.
This is all I'm hearing.
Pete Boot-Edge-Edge!
Pete Boot-Edge-Edge is gonna be the individual who's going to represent the Hail Mary Pass, if that's really what they're planning.
Bring it, guys, because if you think America is going to vote for the fake bicycle riding mayor of some tiny podunk town to run the greatest nation on God's earth 2024, it's going to be fun.
The End Okay.
Mic's on.
Okay.
And titles for both of the pre-records from today.
Okay.
He calling us or we calling him?
We're calling him.
Okay.
Three minutes.
Alright.
Yes.
What have we not seen?
Oh, seven, please.
Seven.
Right here.
As chair of the House Intelligence Committee, do you regret giving some credibility to the Steele dossier before anybody had been able to verify anything in that?
A lot of those clips were done before there was any good verification.
Look, there's some news organizations that made the mistake of publishing this dossier without verifying it.
That's a separate conversation for those news organizations.
But you helped give it credibility.
Do you regret it?
I don't regret saying that we should investigate claims of someone who, frankly, was a well-respected British intelligence officer.
And we couldn't have known, of course, years ago that we would learn years later that someone who was a primary source lied to him.
But what I just said with the clip you just played ends up being exactly right, which is Steele did reveal that the Russians were trying to help elect Donald Trump.
That turned out to be all too true.
That's incredible.
Yeah.
He's on the line.
David.
Great, Dr. Gorka.
How are you, sir?
Good, good.
How goes it?
Well, personally, it's going well.
The United States of America, maybe not so much.
Right.
OK, we're going to discuss your if China ran the world peace.
Oh, thanks very much.
Coming to D.C.
anytime soon?
December 2nd.
I'm going to be there for an American conservative foreign policy conference.
Excellent.

We'd love to get you on.
Fantastic.
I'd love to do.
I'd love to be on.
Perfect.
All right.

It's been a crazy, crazy two years, and it's getting even worse.
Today, Biden is going to sign that fake infrastructure bill.
There's going to be more assaults on small businesses.
How do we fight back?
Let's support an organization that is supporting the lifeblood of this nation, the small businesses that employ more than 60 million Americans.
It's the Job Creators Network.
They are fighting the new regulations, the tax increases.
They filed a motion with the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals asking the court to appeal the recent 5th Circuit Court's temporary stay of the vaccine mandate on the entire country.
Small business owners can't afford this expensive legal work.
Join with the Job Creators Network to help small businesses protect America.
That is, the mission is to block the mandate.
So please go to BlockTheMandate.com now.
That's BlockTheMandate.com now.
Let's support those that make America's strength possible.
First guest of the day, perfect timing.
It's always a delight, a pleasure to have him with us.
He is, of course, the Spengler columnist for the Asia Times, David Goldman.
Welcome back to America First.
Sebastian, it's always an honor and privilege to be in your program.
Thank you for inviting me.
As the man who keeps us surprised of everything we need to know about the only, the only enemy we have that lives at a strategic level as a peer competitor, you are of course the author of You Will Be Assimilated, China's Plan to Sinoform the World.
Can I ask a really naive layman's question?
How do you gel these two things?
I'm just going to put two artifacts out there.
We have a chairman of the Joint Chiefs who has said in uniform when he was the Chief of Staff of the Army, and he's repeated similarly statements to that effect recently, that China is not our enemy.
How do you square that with the recent satellite footage of mock-ups of U.S. aircraft carriers in China being used for exercises where the PLA, the People's Liberation Army, is attacking those U.S. carriers.
If they're not our enemy, why would they attack our carriers, David?
Apologies for the naive question.
Well, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs has got to use that language because if he says that China is an enemy, He means that we are at war with China, which we are not.
We're certainly at some risk of going to war with China, and China is considering its options, so it is preparing for a prospective war with the United States, just as we are preparing For a prospective war with China.
But isn't China, as all of your articles in your book illustrate so lucidly, isn't China at war with us already in the intelligence, the economic and the political sphere?
I mean, this is really passing terms to a point that seems to be rather absurd.
Sun Tzu, the great Chinese strategist, said the whole point of war is to win without actually having a war.
So China is using everything just short of war, trying to avoid a war and win without one.
Because an actual kinetic shooting war with China would probably be like World War I. It would be a bloody horrible mess and nobody would win.
At least as we now stand militarily.
Right, but if you look at the perspective, as Trotsky said, you may not be interested in war, but war is interested in you.
If your adversary, if your peer competitor is rehearsing for war, if they're using every non-kinetic means in their arsenal to subjugate you, then your choice of language is rather irrelevant as to whether or not you are at war.
China's military objective is to rule its coasts out to several hundred miles.
Its military objective is not to occupy Detroit or Los Angeles.
That's somewhat different from the Russians who want to occupy everybody.
Their objectives are quite well-defined and limited.
They want Taiwan back because no Chinese emperor, and Xi is really another Chinese emperor, Yes, China, we should be doing to China what China is doing to us.
lots of them and china's always at risk of breaking up because it's a multi-ethnic mess of an empire not a nation state so yes china we should be doing to china what china's doing to us it's what we did to the russians in the 1980s we massively built up our military technology in such to it if the russians understood they couldn't possibly keep up with us and That's why communism collapsed without a war.
And China's trying to do exactly to us what we did to the Russians.
They're trying to be the American side in the 1980s Cold War.
And when, as far as I'm concerned, I'm not the Sinologist, you're the China expert, you're the columnist for the Asia Times, please follow this man at David P. Goldman on Twitter.
When China, when a dictatorship like China Here's language like this from the chief military officer of the United States.
It is emboldening.
It is provocative.
When you underplay a threat, doesn't that make Beijing feel good?
Beijing is convinced that their massive people, 1.4 billion people, they're overcoming advantage in human capital and engineering and science graduates.
And their massive manufacturing capability will roll over us, and they won't have to fire a shot.
And we were just talking about this.
One of the senior Biden administration officials concerned about China, Rush Doshi, just published a book which has the great virtue of quoting what the Chinese say about this.
And they're very explicit in what they mean.
They think they're going to... The fact that they control the world of manufacturing means they'll control the technology as well.
And he's absolutely right in that respect, because if we let our manufacturing base continue to deteriorate, we will lose the technological edge also.

Back with David Goldman.
You're correct, right?
You know, anybody who says... I have many, many objections to Billy.
Right.
But this is not one of them, because he's required to do that.
the fact that Lilly calls up his Chinese counterpart and says, don't worry, we'll let you know if we're launching an attack on you.
Basically going around the commander-in-chief, which is what that was about.
That's, at very best, extreme insubordination and at worst, treason.
I'm not a lawyer, so I can't tell you which one it was, but it's one of those.
And your argument that they definitely, you know, it's different from the Soviet Union and they don't want a kinetic conflict.
If that's the case, why are they rehearsing battle carrier group attacks on our carriers?
Because, as I said, their objective is to control their coast.
They're going to get Taiwan back if they have to fight a war for it.
And they want to avoid fighting a war by persuading us that they can sink any ship we have, including our fleet.
So it's just Moskitovka?
It's just disinformation that those exercises are just... No, absolutely not.
It's a demonstration of power.
Andy Marshall, the head of the office, has been told eight years ago, Chinese missiles sink an American carrier.
So it's not a bluff?
No, if we get into a scrap with China in the South China Sea, we're going to probably lose a couple of fleet carriers, which we haven't since the Battle of Midway.
And then we've got the alternative of going nuclear or being humiliated.
That's the problem, and that's how the Chinese have set it up for us.
There are all kinds of wonks at the Pentagon who claim they have some Uh, too clever by half scheme to get around that problem, but that's the basic way to land militarily.
Uh, every war game that the Pentagon has handled with China has led to China a Chinese victory.
Exactly.
Exactly.
We have done nothing with technology of importance for 30 years.
We still have the same weapon systems.
The Chinese may well have been building hundreds of ship killer missiles.
Yes.
And they're sitting on the Chinese coast.
That's a couple of minutes away from our ships.
Yeah.
Alright, let's explore this.
Let's explore all of this.

We are back with a man who tells us everything we need to know about our Chinese enemies.
The book he has written is You Will Be Assimilated, China's Plan to Sinoform the World.
His latest piece is in this fabulous Claremont Review of Books.
It's entitled If China Ran the World.
David P. Goldman on Twitter.
David, you said something in the break as we were streaming and I want you to expand upon it because you have this Emphasis on how technology fits into this race, this competition with our great adversary.
You said, we, America, have done nothing significant in the technological realm for 30 years.
Could you unpack that for our millions of listeners?
Well, the aircraft carries a 100-year-old weapons system, and the system we use to defend it, the Aegis anti-missile system, is 50 years old.
The Chinese, meanwhile, have built hundreds of missiles which can sink or disable a fleet carrier.
We haven't lost one since the Battle of Midway.
What the Chinese in fact are saying is, your antiquated technology are sitting ducks for our missiles and submarines and other weapon systems.
We own our coast, we own the Taiwan Straits, and if we get into a scrap, you're going to be humiliated, lose a fleet carrier.
Then we sit there, and we have the choice of a nuclear exchange, which would not be pleasant, I can promise you, or humiliation.
The problem is that the anti-missile technology which Reagan proposed to develop to make us impregnable was largely abandoned since the Clinton administration, and we are in fact sitting ducks for Chinese missiles.
It doesn't mean that with the right kind of R&D, we couldn't fix that problem, but we wasted $6 trillion on forever wars instead of spending money on the kind of military technology which would really establish American power.
David, what kind of a difference?
If you look at the space program initiated by President Kennedy, if you look at Star Wars under President Reagan, What difference, in terms of our comparative advantage with our enemy China, would that six trillion dollars have made if it had been invested in new technologies in the last 21 years?
We'd be in an entirely different world.
The United States created the digital revolution in roughly 10 years, from the late 70s to the mid-80s, and totally transformed warfare and promised to completely transform the defense initiative.
That's what broke the back of the evil Russian empire.
Since then, just to give you an idea, we've spent 0.8% of GDP on development at the federal level.
In 1984, now it's 0.3%.
So roughly, we've cut our development budget at the federal level by two-thirds.
Yeah.
We've got just over a minute left with David P. Goldman.
Follow him on Twitter right now.
David, where should we be looking right now?
Is it really the Straits of Taiwan or is it absolutely unpredictable?
Where is the most neuralgic point when it comes to China's potential actions?
Taiwan is an existential issue for them.
They will fight a war over Taiwan, and when it comes down to it, we're not going to trade Los Angeles for Taipei, so they're going to win that one.
We need to think about 10 and 20 years ahead of being the dominant technological, dominant military power, and get cracking now, because since Clinton, we've got 30 years of sitting on our laurels and losing our edge.
Yeah.

Who did you reach out to in Zeldin's office?
Katie?
His conduct did not create an unreasonable risk to another.
That is Mr. McGinnis.
Ladies and gentlemen, when my client shot Joseph Rosenbaum...
All right, come in with it just briefly.
...of the prior threats, the prior statements, and the final act.
...of the prior threats that had been witnessed by my client.
Mr. McGinnis, as a witness, I think he helped us more than he heard us.
He talked about, and this was uncrossed for Mr. Banger.
How do you know what Mr. Rosenbaum was thinking?
Because I don't, but I know he yelled, fuck you.
Alright, so here we've got Relief, and I'm gonna play that big liner at the top.
Did I just hear what I think I heard him say just there?
Yeah.
Yeah, okay, yeah, I was gonna say that's the thing with these trial feeds that are uncensored.
Okay, yeah.
Might as well have the dump buddy right there.
Yep, yep, yep.
We'll stay vigilant on that, all right?
We've got 30 seconds, and I'm playing the big liner here.

That is the defense attorney for Kyle, Mark Richards.
I don't know about you, maybe you haven't watched enough of the trial lately.
Not blown away by this defense attorney.
Not exactly the most stunning delivery to the jury.
These are the closing arguments.
The prosecution have already made theirs.
They have a max of two hours left for the defense, so that means they could rest this afternoon and potentially have a verdict as soon as the jury brings it.
We will keep you apprised of that.
At the moment, outside the White House, that Chuck Schumer.
That's all I'm going to say.
Chuck Schumer is talking at the podium as they are waiting for the signature on the porculous bill to beat all porculous bills.
Biden, the incumbent, is going to sign the fake infrastructure bill imminently.

Let's go straight to your calls.
Let's go to Todd in Atlanta, remaining on the topic of China.
Welcome, Todd.
Yes, Dr. Gorka, I just wanted to get your opinion.
When Reagan was dealing with the Russians, you didn't go down to Walmart and 90% of the products were made in Russia.
That is a perfect, perfect point.
Yes, indeed.
We did buy their crane, we did buy some of their oil, but you didn't go down and 90% of the garbage at the stores was from the Soviet Union.
That is a very good point, Todd.
And also we had leverage because of our farmers due to their Marxist agricultural programs.
I've heard that China bought the largest pork producer here.
They've also been buying up agriculture.
How is that going to affect us?
That's a great point.
Are the Democrats going to do to Space Force what they did to Star Wars?
And we've got General Milley and plenty of Swalwells already that will tip them off.
And, you know.
That's a great point.
I haven't even considered how much jeopardy Space Force is in because, of course, it is inextricably linked to my former boss, President Trump.
And you know how vengeful, how spiteful people like Nancy and Schumer are.
Will they try and kill our newest military force?
That's a distinct possibility.
Both great points.
Todd, stay on the line.
I don't know if you have my books.
Let's ask Todd which of my books he'd like to receive free and signed by me.
Defeating Jihad, why we fight, or the war for America's soul.
Great, great points, Todd.
Thank you so very, very much.

Let's go back to the call board.
Let's go to Sid, Los Angeles.
Welcome, Sid.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Hey.
I have an idea to run by you regarding Kamala Harris.
Remember Nixon got rid of Agnew when he Why would they charge a fellow Democrat?
That's what they do to conservatives like Steve Bannon.
and for Kamala to reside.
Why would they charge a fellow Democrat?
That's what they do to conservatives like Steve Bannon.
Why on earth would they put her in cuffs?
Because they need to get rid of her.
Well, I may be wrong.
But sit, sit, sit, sit, sit.
That's not how Democrats work.
They're not going to arrest her or charge her with something.
The latest rumor is they're going to try and put her on the Supreme Court.
They're going to promote her sideways.
They don't eat each other like we do.
They promote each other out of the way.
Well, I may be wrong.
It's just an idea.
Well, it's not going to happen.
She's not going to go down in flames because that weakens all of them.
They are a collective.
They are like the Borg from Star Trek.
So they need to get rid of her, but it's going to be a shove sideways to some sinecure position that means she's no longer the vice president.
But the question is where?
And that's a good question.
The rumors right now are some kind of packing of the Supreme Court and she'll be the first person they pack.
Wonderful, great question.
Let's go to Don in L.A.
who wants to talk about this travesty occurring in the Rittenhouse trial.
Ah, Dr. G, what a pleasure to talk to you.
Welcome.
You know, leading the fight, leading the fight.
You know, man, I just hope Kyle, if I were president, I'd give him the Medal of Freedom.
You know, at least he can shoot straight, for God's sake.
You know, the thing is, as you mentioned so often before, The Democrats, back in the days of segregation, used the Ku Klux Klan for their militant terrorist striking arm.
Now, they're using Antifa and BLM.
Kyle Rittenhouse made the terrible, terrible sin of standing up to them.
No, this is absolutely right.
He did what... Who was it who made this point?
I think we used the audio.
I think it was a guest on Tucker Carlson's show last week.
He did what so many other Americans should have done.
It's what David Dorn did and paid with his life, Dorn.
When he went as that retired police officer to protect his friend's store from the BLM rioters, he was what?
Killed on camera and bled out on Facebook Live as we watch.
So, no, you know, the shocking thing, Don, is not what Kyle Rittenhouse did.
The shocking thing, Don, is that more Americans didn't stand up to protect their friends and their friends' businesses.
It's so true.
It's so true, you know, because it is so sad because remember the example of the original Minutemen back in the revolution?
Everybody had their musket, their powder horn, and their shot pouch.
We shouldn't, you know, we shouldn't be aggressive in any way, attacking anyone, but we have to use that force to defend ourselves.
And if this isn't legitimate self-defense, I don't know what is.
Would somebody please show me so I would know the difference?
Right.
When somebody's bearing down on you with a loaded handgun, when a child rapist is trying to kill you, when a third person is trying to brain you with a skateboard, I'm sorry, deadly force is justified.
And in the case of that child rapist, deadly force is welcome.
Great call.
Thank you, Don.

Your deposit for what, JR?
I think I know.
I apologize.
I apologize.
I'm just so excited.
I can't even think straight.
Your Israel tour with you and Dinesh.
I am so excited right now.
You know what, JR?
You aren't simply a handsome man.
You are also a very wise man.

We're the real men not pushing back.
And the other thing is, I work a lot in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Why don't they try and do a march down one of their streets?
You're a lucky man if you get to do work in those three states.
Wow.
It's a question.
I think I might have to write something about that.
JR is so right.
Where are all the real men?
The men who built this nation.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

One of the things that to me was most Difficult to accept is that we put together a good plan for how we were going to try and dampen down the spread of infection early on.
Thinking that that was accepted by everybody and then the next day the president saying free Michigan, free Virginia.
I didn't quite understand what the purpose of that was except to put This misplaced perception about people's individual right to make a decision that supersedes the societal safety.
Well, there you have it.
He's a communist.
Fauci, in his own words.
We put in place a quote, good plan to dampen the spread.
Do you remember what the name of that plan was?
Let me see if anybody remembers that, if we're old enough to remember what the name, what was the justification?
What was it as a number of days?
Jeff, do you remember what the plan was?
Yeah, 15 days to stop the spread.
You mean 15 months, right?
It's actually more than 15 months now.
It was days, right?
Yes.
That was his good plan?
Yes.
And then the President dared to say no?
Yes.
Thank you.
Thank you for that clarification there.
Yes, we had a good plan.
15 days.
What is it now?
Is it almost the Ides of November?
I do believe it is.
Which means what?
More than 15 months.
He just, he just lies straight into the camera.
We had a good plan.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It was called 15 days.
You hack.
And then let's just, uh, let's just listen to that again, because I want you to understand his reasoning.
This is Fauci's prioritization of your freedoms, vice society's needs.
Pick up.
One of the things that to me was most Difficult to accept is that we put together a good plan for how we were going to try and dampen down the spread of infection early on.
Thinking that that was accepted by everybody and then...
The next day, the president saying, free Michigan, free Virginia.
I didn't quite understand what the purpose of that was, except to put this misplaced perception about people's individual right to make a decision that supersedes the societal safety.
Misplaced perception.
Did you get that?
Do you understand what he's saying?
First he's saying, how dare the president disagree with me?
And the experts?
Well, guess what, Fauci?
Nobody elected you.
You've been the director of that institute for 37 years, and you take home $413,000 that I pay for, that all of our listeners pay for, if you're a taxpayer.
Who the hell do you think you are?
The president?
The president dared to disagree with me, the bureaucrat?
Who's never had to run for any office and enjoy the mandate of the people?
The sovereignty of the people as recognized in the representatives they choose?
How dare he question you?
And then the most, I mean, this clip, we could spend the whole show on this one clip.
This tells you about the swamp in just, well, how long is this clip?
37 seconds.
Everything you need to know about what the swamp thinks about your stinking freedoms.
How dare you think?
That your misplaced perception of the priority of your freedoms over society's needs?
There's only one problem with that.
Our nation was built on that perception of our individual freedoms.
As given to us, not by you, not by even the president we elect, but by God, because we are made in His image.
It says so.
Have you read the Constitution?
Have you read the Bill of Rights?
There's a word in there.
Creator with a capital C, not Fauci with a capital F.
And here's, I mean, let's get, if you want to get really technical for a second, misplaced concepts of individual freedom over society's needs.
Oh yeah.
Who decides?
Who decides what society's needs are?
You, right?
Right, Fauci?
You're the one who decides based upon what?
Oh, my unilateral decision-making powers as somebody who gets $413,000 a year to be, to be what?
To be a hack, to be the man who said, we played the clip last week.
Let's dig it up.
The man who said, when he was in the job 40 years ago, he said, oh yeah, yeah, it's really serious.
It's this AIDS thing.
Kids can catch it, yeah.
Not from sex, but from surfaces.
Yeah, AIDS.
You actually wrote that.
You actually wrote that garbage.
It's not even pseudoscience.
It's non-science.
And you were pilloried.
You were excoriated by your fellow academicians because it was garbage.
That AIDS could survive on surfaces and if you touched it, that you could catch it even if you hadn't had gay sex.
That's what you said.
You cretin.
You moron.
You hack.
And then what?
You said exactly the same thing 40 years later.
About?
COVID!
Do you remember the beginning?
Do you miss?
I mean, it seems like ancient history right now.
We were told we had these debates.
In the mainstream media, can it survive on wood services longer than metal services?
The metro, the banisters on the subway, and how much do you have to clean the surfaces?
Yeah, let's play the cut.
This is what he said.
This is what Fauci said about AIDS when he was in charge of AIDS way back then.
Play cut.
Starting to see, as we're seeing virtually as the months go by, are the groups that can Let me say, other close contact.
and seeing it in children is really quite disturbing.
Let me say other close contact.
Give me some examples.
Well, for example, if the close contact of a child is a household contact, perhaps there will be a certain number of cases of individuals who are just living with and in close contact with someone with AIDS or at risk of AIDS who does not necessarily have to have intimate sexual contact or share a needle, but just the ordinary perhaps there will be a certain number of cases of individuals who are just living AIDS was floating around in the air.
Did you know that?
You just live with somebody, a child living with somebody who's got AIDS, and they'll catch it too.
How the hell weren't you fired after you said that?
And you're still in the same job 40 years later?
And you're preaching to us that, oh, society's needs outweigh this dated, this implausible concept of individual liberty.
Oh, you mean the one upon which America was founded?
The reason that we took up arms against the usurpation of our rights by some distant dictator?
That misplaced concept of individual rights?
Guys, that's it.
That's who they are.
Your rights mean nothing to them.
This implausible concept that your individual sovereignty Has weight?
Has bearing?
Has merit?
In the eyes of some unelected elite of bureaucrats who get to decide, oh yeah, 15 days.
It'll turn into two years, but what the hell?
You know, I'm the director.
I'm the bureaucrat.
15 days, it's a good con.
Masks, you don't need masks.
That's hysteria, according to Fauci.
Yeah, we've played the video.
It's hysteria.
Don't give in to it.
And then it's, oh yeah, masks.
Yeah, masks.
Oh, no, no.
Not one.
Two.
Two masks.
That's what you've got to wear because, you know, science.
Science!
Unless it's me and I'm at a ballgame.
Because then I don't need masks.
I can just pal around and giggle and laugh.
Or if I'm a former president like Obama and it's my birthday party on Martha's Vineyard.
No, no masks needed.
Of course not.
I mean, selfies.
For Instagram.
Because reasons.
Science.
It's not about our health.
These things are never about health.
Mandates.
If it were about health, cars would be banned.
Candy would be banned.
If we're about health, Coca-Cola would be banned.
It's about control.
It's about the bureaucrat is the only person who matters and the politician who funds him.
Do we understand?
Yeah, I know you understand.
Man, we have to take our country back.
One school board at a time.
And it's happening.
The sleeper has awoken.
The sleeper has awoken.
The sleeper has awoken.
Unbelievable.
With no understanding of the foundation of what an individual right is, what a right given to you by God would be outside of a government, outside of a- There's a call on to- The man has been given power unlike anything we have seen in recent times.
No, totally.
And he's hopelessly drunk off it.
Totally.
And he knows that.
He doesn't understand what he's- It's not just that he's drunk, it's that you have all these TikTokers who will sing about him.
It's a cultural personality, and he loves it.
He's this goofy little nerd at NIH or wherever it is, and suddenly he's the biggest hero of all the talk show hosts.
He loves it.
Let's post some of these videos.
We gotta post Fauci Jeff.
So cut 8.
Chef with Chuck Todd.
Yep, so 8, 7, and... Probably cut 1.
Oh, no, no, no.
No, no.
Cut 11.
Cut 11.
Fauci.
Fauci comes out of the closet.
Comma.
Your individual rights mean nothing.
Now put individual rights in quotes.
Then Chuck Todd.
No, let's not do Chuck Todd.
Let's do... What's the other one I said?
Let's do Berman.
Let's do cut one.
Yep.
Oh yeah.
Kamala's in trouble.
Looks like even CNN wants to get rid of her.
Dialing him up.
And then the last one was Ruel, right?
Yeah.
Is Ruel the former Bushy?
No, that's Nicole Wallace.
Oh, that's... okay.
Ruel Mr. Solomon.
Is this on Skype?
And is MSNBC Ruel?
Yes, MSNBC.
Give us just a moment.
Inflation?
Question mark.
What inflation?
You peasants can afford it, can't you?
And then tag Stephanie Rule.
Okay, and we have them on the line.
All right, we've got to talk about Missouri teachers.
Oh yeah, it's a fun one, isn't it?
It is a fun one, but first we've got to talk about just Just some of your, I don't want to insult you, your quote-unquote colleagues in the mainstream media and what they're saying about inflation and, you know, the peasants can afford it, can't they?
Oh, and then Chuck Todd with Schiff.
We've got to, I've got to get your reaction to that.
So you want to play that one, come in with it?
No, no, no, just hang on.
I've got to do...
What shall we do first?
Come in with Cup 1.
Coming in with Berman.
Coming in with Berman.
Yep.
Coming in with 1.
30 seconds.
And yeah, we're clear of anything else here.
Yes.
Sounds good, 30 seconds.
30 seconds, standing by.
Alright, stand by.
Yep.
New CNN reporting describes tension and frustration inside the White House between the offices of the President and the Vice President, Kamala Harris.
Reading now from the reporting, quote, worn out by what they see as entrenched dysfunction and lack of focus, key West Wing aides have largely thrown up their hands at Vice President Kamala Harris and her staff, deciding there simply isn't time to deal with them right now, especially at a moment when President Joe Biden faces quickly multiplying legislative and political concerns.
She's perceived to be in such a weak position that top Democrats in and outside of Washington have begun to speculate privately, asking each other why the White House has allowed her to become so hobbled in the public consciousness, at least as they see it.
That's from CNN, guys!
What does it all mean?
Let's ask somebody who knows better than everybody else.
Why?
Because he's been on the beat.
He's been a real journalist for decades.
He's worked inside mainstream media and now he has his own truth-telling media empire.
It's justthenews.com and he is John Solomon.
John, Thank you for joining us today.
Thank you for this article you sent me.
We're going to discuss it momentarily with regards to just this insanity of what's being taught in our schools, what guidance is being given to teachers.
But first, help me pass this because it is, you know, Byzantian imperial politics.
When CNN, when the, you know, the paid propagandists of the left Who propagated Russia collusion garbage for four years and didn't talk about Hunter Biden's laptop.
When they say, oh, there's problems in the White House and they don't like Kamala.
What does it mean?
Are they prepping the battlefield?
What is your interpretation of CNN giving us a story about trouble in paradise, John?
Well, I think it's a, hey, we got you guys elected and you aren't delivering for us.
You're making us fools.
We don't like it.
I mean, the media was so in bed with the Biden campaign and protecting him in perpetrating false narratives about Donald Trump's.
administration that now they know they own this administration, meaning the public's going to hold them accountable and they don't like what they see.
But, you know, the most interesting part about it, I was talking to a Democrat literally just about an hour ago, and this whole idea that Joe Biden can rescue Kamala Harris, the Democrat said to me, I'm not making this a great line, he said, that's like asking the Titanic in the middle of sinking to go help a cutter that was off in the distance.
It's not going to happen.
You know, the Biden White House has a lot of problems starting at the top, and Kamala Harris is probably lower down in their priority list, and I think that's what the political article properly captured.
And how about the irony or the communications challenge that right now there was a huge blooper just momentarily as Biden's daughter was supposed to introduce the Infrastructure Signing Act, walked out to the podium at the White House with her father, and then Kamala just kind of pushed him to the side.
On comes the canned sound saying, and here we introduce Joe Biden's daughter.
And then Kamala says, oh, no, no, no.
In a minute.
And takes control.
They're trying to have this big signing ceremony and everybody's just looking.
I've got it on the screens here.
The Rittenhouse defense attorney with his closing comments.
Is this going to be a damp squib?
Everybody's supposed to be celebrating the the porkiness bill to end all porkiness bills.
But everybody's focused on Kenosha, John.
Yeah, listen, it's a bad timing.
I mean, they could have signed this bill any day.
I don't know why they picked it on the day the verdict actually came down.
But listen, stage management is one of many problems this White House has not mastered.
Remember the very first foreign summit they had with Chinese officials in Alaska?
It was a disaster.
They got outplayed by the Chinese.
This administration was elected on the idea that they were going to be more competent.
That's the promise they made.
They're not.
They can't even stage manage their own bill signing.
And I think that combination that happened today, the choosing of today over a different day to do this bill signing, it just shows that they don't have command and control of the basics when you're going to be president.
This White House is in for a rough year ahead, I can tell you that right now.
Yeah, sadly it's not just the White House that's in a rough year ahead, it's also the average American.
But if you're Stephanie Ruhle on MSNBC, if you're a pillar of the legacy of fake news industrial complex, it doesn't matter.
I mean, these problems America faces, the peasants can afford it.
Cut 11.
For people on fixed incomes, older people on Social Security, they're getting those fixed payments adjusted next year up 5.9% for inflation.
And the dirty little secret here, Willie, while nobody likes to pay more, on average, we have the money to do so.
Household savings hit a record high over the pandemic.
We didn't really have anywhere to go out and spend.
Hang on a second.
I'm an immigrant, John.
Maybe I don't get it, but do Americans have savings so they can afford to fill their tank of gas?
Is that an American tradition?
No, the savings are supposed to be for the future, for your retirement, for your family vacation, something.
Listen, the disconnect between the mainstream media and this White House is the same.
They both do not understand the everyday American.
They don't understand what it's like to live within a budget.
Because in Washington, we haven't lived with a budget for 20 years.
We keep making the deficits worse.
But if you really don't, you can't print money because you're working poor or you're working middle class that now is being taken away from you.
A 6%, a 6.2% increase is devastating.
And it doesn't matter how much spin they put on television, the average American knows a big bite has been taken out of their wallet.
A tax, a Biden tax, has been imposed on them and it's not what they voted for.
Yeah.
Let's talk about something else that Americans didn't vote for anywhere.
You sent this story today earlier to me, an exclusive.
You got your hands on a 40-plus slide training deck out of Missouri for teachers.
Tell us what you found on this teacher training material.
It's extraordinary and what it really shows is an effort to desensitize teachers enough to put them through enough humiliation enough you're a racist training that they take that information and they feel comfortable sharing it with the schools and so some some really really clear amazing things teachers were told in Springfield Missouri where by the way some teachers have sued to get these training materials out of the school But they were told, listen, you may be a white supremacist if you believe English is the language you should use in your classroom.
You may be a white supremacist if you call police on a black suspect, even if that suspect is committing a crime.
You may be a white supremacist if you believe that all lives matter, not just black lives matter.
That's what they were indoctrinated on.
They went through threat matrices and oppression matrices.
And if you were white male, if you recognize Biological male and genders.
You might have been a social elitist who is engaged in oppression of minorities and others.
The training deck is so anti-American.
It forces everybody, every one of those teachers, to look at their skin color and say, that's the predeterminer for everything else that's going to happen.
That's not what we want in America.
And there's one other disturbing thing, which I didn't capture well in the writing, but as I reflected on it today, This is an effort to drive a wedge between adult parents and their children.
We, the school system, know better.
In fact, adults are mentioned as part of the problem in some of these oppression matrices designed to get children to doubt the authority of their parents.
What more hideous thing could a school district do than that?
It's incredible.
The oppression matrix, we're going to post the story right now, says that you are an oppressor if you're white, if you are male assigned at birth, whatever that means, if you're gender conforming, if you're heterosexual, if you're...
Protestant.
You're right, John.
This is insidious.
It's an attempt to separate children, to create artificial tension between them and their parents.
The parents who do know best for them and who have the only right to give them the moral training that they deserve in this nation.
Follow this man, J Solomon Reports and justthenews.com.
We'll be back with John Solomon after these messages.
The End
Okay.
Okay, mic's on.
John, have you posted the whole deck?
Yes, in the bottom of the story, all four decks are there.
If you go to the dig in, there's actually four decks that we've posted, and we're going to post three more tomorrow when we do another story.
Wow.
This is crazy.
You just have to read this stuff.
Can you post all those decks?
I'm posting the article.
No, no, no, sorry.
Post the article on our feeds, and then print me the decks.
Okay, yeah, just give me a moment here.
Did you see this clip from Tiffany Cross about the trucking industry?
I did, oh my gosh.
So if you're over 55 and white, you gotta be a racist, right?
It's just unreal.
I mean, Martin Luther King would never tolerate what people say today.
No!
But you know what I'm hearing and I'm seeing, you know, touches of this?
These people are like the people who wrote those decks for Missouri.
Definitely.
They reject Martin Luther King.
I mean, he's a liability to them.
Yeah, well, by the way, he was a Christian.
Yeah, well, Christian, yeah, he was a Republican, yeah.
Yeah, no, a Protestant, actually, right?
Wasn't he a Baptist, right?
So that would make him a Protestant.
Right, he'd be an oppressor.
He'd be an oppressor.
He'd be an oppressor.
They prefer Malcolm X. Yeah, exactly.
Will you grab line two, Eric?
All right, we've got to talk Schiff.
We've got to talk Schiff.
That was a weird interview yesterday, wasn't it?
Very weird.
I don't know if he has any sense now what's real and what he created.
You know, when you get into this web where you're constantly generating lies, at some point I think they've got to lose touch with reality.
Yeah, you can't see your way out of the hole you dug yourself into.
Right.
And you have to perpetrate, you have to add that extra detail, that extra little cherry on top.
Yeah.
Okay.
Alright, so I'll do Israel and then I'll tee up the Schiff Cup.
The Schiff.
Cool.
Copy that.
Have any titles in mind so far?
What do you need?
I got 1A, 2A, Lauf, Tenny, Goldman.
Okay, Goldman.
Goldman.
There it is.
Is China threatening American ships or something like that?
Um, where will China attack first?
Uh huh.
And then Lauf.
She's not a politician.
She's a citizen.
Got it.
Alright.
35 seconds, standing by.
And then Gramp, uh, line three.
Uh, yeah.
30 seconds. 30 seconds.
30 seconds. 30 seconds.
America First.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America first.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Isn't it time to treat yourself?
If you've weathered the Wu Flu, if you've done all right and now you want to travel, if you were heartbroken that we had to cancel our trip to the Holy Land this year, it's okay.
Relax.

John, you have been a stalwart in terms of your coverage of the truth behind the Russia collusion hoax.
Got to get your reaction to this very peculiar interview between Adam Schiff and Chuck Todd at the weekend.
Play cuts.
And we could have known, of course, years ago that we would learn years later that someone who was a primary source lied to him.
But what I just said, the clip you just played, ends up being exactly right, which is Steele did reveal that the Russians were trying to help elect Donald Trump.
That turned out to be all too true.
So...
I'm sorry.
Why you're not fuming and steam isn't coming out of your ears, John?
You're a much more better self-controlled man than I am.
But is this the latest play?
Is this the ploy?
I've been lying to America for five years about incontrovertible proof.
And now I'm going to say, Christopher Steele, he lied to me.
Is this Adam Schiff's excuse?
Yeah, listen, when I wrote the book, the reason I picked Washington Lies as the last word of the title of the book, I was thinking of Adam Schiff, because he lied to all of us time and time again.
And listen, he knew at the time that this was unverified.
Remember in open testimony, James Comey, one of the few honest things he said was, hey, this is unverified.
We don't have any proof of that.
The unverified salacious dossier, right?
Yeah, and this guy went out after that testimony, peddling it for months and months and months.
There is no reason to even spend much time talking about Adam Schiff.
He's not going to give us the truth of his lies.
And that's proven.
But one last thing.
This comment he makes at the beginning, well-respected intelligence officer, really.
Christopher Steele, well-respected.
John, is that what the FBI thought about him?
No, they fired him a month or two months into the investigation for leaking the most basic thing a confidential human source says you know you're not supposed to do.
They kept a spreadsheet.
90% of the statements in his dossier, according to the FBI's own spreadsheet, were either inaccurate Russian disinformation, never could be proven, or intermittent garbage, meaning it was useless intelligence.
They never respected the guy, at least not on this investigation.
The book you've got to read, co-authored with Seamus Bruner, is Fallout, Nuclear Bribes, Russian Spies, and the Washington Lies that Enriched the Clinton and Biden Dynasties.
God bless you, John.
You never gave up.
You held the line, and we We rely upon you exactly because of what you've demonstrated in the last two years especially but through your whole career.

Oh, okay.
Oh, okay.
I was wondering, because sometimes that happened one time where the clock was one minute different.
Yeah, I guess I just squeezed the reading too quick.
Okay, that's fine.
No worries.
Um... Outstanding titles, then.
Tenny, Solomon, and I assume you want to post that second hour monologue when you ripped into Fauci?
2A, totally.
Yeah, 2A, um... How the hell does Fauci have a job or something like that?
Um... What Fauci said about your rights.
Ah, yeah.
Uh, Tenny, so many things for Tenny, um...
Maybe, like, Pelosi disrespects Marines or something like that?
Oh, yeah.
Um, Pelosi disrespected my Marine son.
Pelosi disrespected my Marine son.
Copy that.
And Solomon, assuming you want that to rumble.
Yeah, I do.
I do.
Okay.
100 seconds.
Here's the proof about CRT. - Thank you.
Yep.
America First, what's your name?
So which ones do you want on Rumble from today?
Um, everything except Goldman.
Except Goldman, okay, copy that.
that.
What did you want to say?
Okay.
How could who be?
He heard Mr. Rosenbaum.
It was not objected to by the state.
And there's been no proof that he wasn't in a jail.
They want you to believe he was in a hospital.
There's no medical records.
He was in a hospital.
There's no medical records.
Coming with cut six, Beto.
Cut six.
Alright, standing by.
It's too perfect that that nickname is just one quick little mark away from Beto.
Little Robert Francis.
We saw that Jon Ossoff won in Georgia, and he's like, Ossoff is the Georgia Republican, and he's like, I gotta be able to do that.
Standby.
Okay, 20 seconds.

The B2, good.
Okay, 20 seconds.
Coming in with the bait to cut.
The bait to cut.
All right.
Okay, relief here.
The bait to cut.
is in the house on America First. - Rest.
I'm running for governor, and I want to tell you why.
This past February, when the electricity grid failed and millions of our fellow Texans were without power, which meant that the lights wouldn't turn on, the heat wouldn't run, and pretty soon their pipes froze and the water stopped flowing, they were abandoned by those who were elected to serve and look out for them.
I've got a bone to pick.
Oh, this is America First.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Jeff is my producer.
I used to think he's the best producer on radio until he failed, failed today to tell me that I should open the show with that news.
I mean, how can you not tell me to open the show with the news that Beto is running for governor of Texas?
That's all he does.
All he does is run for elections that you never know he's going to win.
Oh my God.
Why is he doing this?
Explain this to me!
What else is he going to do?
That's what he's been doing for the last four years.
Literally, that's it.
He ran for Senate, ran for President.
He wasn't going to win.
That's all he's going to do.
He did run for President, didn't he?
Yeah, yeah.
What happened to that?
I'm trying to think when he dropped out.
He didn't make it very far, though.
He lasted a little bit longer than Kamala, right?
Yeah, he was in a couple of the debates, I do know that.
He didn't do much.
This is, I gotta admit, this is funny, right?
This is entertaining.
Yeah, think about that.
That's a guy that got crushed in the primary by Joe Biden, but he thinks he's gonna win as a Democrat in the state of Texas.
Ouch!
Crushed by Biden, but he's gonna win in Texas.
Thank you, Jeff.
Of course, he's still the best producer in radio.
That's Mr. G there, but we had to share that with you.
We're going to get to you, of course, in a moment, but I want to continue.
We have so much amazing proof.
We've had the Fauci thing.
Your individual rights?
Go to hell with your individual rights!
Did you know that vaccinating five-year-olds is going to save the economy?
Yes.
And did you know that four million people quitting their jobs is a good sign?
No, no, no.
If you don't believe me, here's the proof.
Let's start with that.
This is somebody who advises the White House that nobody's ever heard of on MSNBC saying, yeah, yeah, millions of job losses.
It's great.
It's really good for the economy.
Cut 10.
Over 4.4 million U.S.
workers said, I quit in September.
That beat the previous record of 4.3 million that was set just one month earlier.
Do you take this as a good sign or a bad sign for the economy, or neither?
Well, I'm glad you asked, because it's often misinterpreted as a bad sign, when from a worker's perspective, it's actually a good sign.
The reason it's a good sign is because at a time of very strong labor demand, Yeah, it's a good sign.
My name's Jared Bernstein.
I'm one of the economic advisors to the president and millions of people quitting.
It's great because... Yeah, let's move on to vaccines.
This is another Biden advisor.
Never... I told you.
It's not just the B team.
It's not even the C. It's the Delta team.
We never... Brian Deese?
Who's that?
But it's okay because Vaccinating kids, it's how you stop inflation.
Okay?
Cut three.
So what can Americans expect in the short term?
Is inflation going to get worse before it gets better?
Is there anything President Biden can do in the short term?
Number one, we have to finish the job on COVID.
We know that the more that people feel comfortable getting out into the economy, going to movies rather than buying a television at home, working in the workplace, the more we can return a sense of normalcy to our economy.
Getting those shots out for 5 to 11 year olds is going to provide a lot of comfort to American families.
We're making a lot of progress on that.
How are you going to stop inflation?
Stopping people, he said, buying televisions at home.
Did you hear that?
Stopping people buying televisions at home.
That's how you stop the inflation.
And vaccinating five-year-olds.
Yeah, I think we should go to our calls.
Let's go to Joe Illinois, line three.
Welcome, Joe.
Hey, Dr. G. Hey.
Yeah, for once, I think Biden might have been Right.
It was Republicans and suburban Democratic mothers in Virginia that crossed the aisle to put in Yankin because of all of his chaos.
I'm not sure it is because I maintain my take As a resident of the Commonwealth, that it was critical race theory, the rapes in the restrooms of the public schools, that made the mama bears come out.
And neither of those are, you know, those are policies that existed way before Biden.
So I think you're right.
It's people who crossed the aisle or people who weren't political who just woke up.
But I think it was that half a sentence from McAuliffe where he said, parents?
Parents shouldn't be deciding, don't you think?
And the price of toilet paper, Dr. G. Oh yes, of course, the price of toilet paper.
But hey, we're open to all suggestions here.
Thank you, Joe, for your call.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Joe a signed copy of Why We Fight.
Let's go to Neil, Los Angeles, line four.
Yes.
It's a pleasure to speak to you, Dr. Yorker.
It's my second time speaking with you.
Welcome back.
Sir, I had the question.
You're talking about vaccines.
I don't know if I should go into another question, but people are dumbed down, basically.
I mean, I just left a store.
I won't credit them with the name, but, you know, they tell me, everywhere you go, I'm in Los Angeles.
Everywhere you go, you gotta put the mask on.
Everywhere you go.
Right.
You know, so they're fanatical about masks.
I tell people, you know, it doesn't work.
If it was working, then how come the cases are increasing?
We got three vaccines, we got all these boosters, we're all wearing masks, and the cases are going crazy.
Why?
Because people don't think for themselves.
I have a sixth grade education, sir.
I went and re-educated myself.
I got a GED.
I went and got an associate's degree.

He's really, he's delusional as well as this is what he makes his money out of, you're right, right?
Campaigning is how he pays Beto.
I assume so, yeah, it's ridiculous.
Yeah, he raised like what, 90 million in a Senate race?
What?
I heard it was... Oh yeah, he's right.
90 million?
It was mostly Hollywood, like actors came out of the Bronx.
Like LeBron was wearing his shirt, like pre-game and all that stuff.
Wow.
It became like a cultural sensation.
Someone said that the Democrats are going to win Texas.
So, like, your theory is there is you throw the biggest name you have to help down-ballot people.
Yeah.
Which might make sense.
Let's come in with a little Snuffleupagus.
Cut nine.
Cut nine.
Snuffleupalupalupalupalupalupalus.
I've never heard of Jared Bernstein, Brian Deese.
I've never heard of him.
Jared Bernstein, if you listened to the beginning, he sounds like whatchamacallit's father.
The salon guy.
He reminded me of somebody.
No, the salon guy.
He's got that eye thing.
Oh, Zach Patrizio.
Play the very quick answer.
Which one?
Ten.
Ten.
Over 4.4 million U.S.
workers said, I quit in September.
Oh, wrong one.
Which cup was it?
Uh, Jared Bernstein, no?
Yeah, that's it.
This is a good sign or a bad sign for the economy, or neither?
Oh, I'm glad you asked, because it's, uh... That is!
It's Sacky Poo's dad!
He nailed it!
Sacky Poo, that's your dad!
Alright, ten seconds, stand by.
Standing by.
My pillar.
Coming in with that cut.
You're listening to America First with Dr. G.
We're coming on the air this morning with a brand new poll, and it's brutal for President Biden.
His approval rating has hit a new low.
Only 41% of Americans think he's doing a good job in office.
53% disapprove.
70% believe the economy is in bad shape.
And with inflation at a three-decade high, only 39% approve of Biden's handling of the economy.
Looking ahead to the midterm elections, Republicans have a 10-point lead among registered voters, their largest lead ever in the 40-year history of our poll.
Ouch!
It must be because... Why is this?
Why is he tanking?
It's got to be because truck drivers are racist.
No, seriously, it's what they think.
This is Tiffany Cross, cut 13.
Well, how can the industry be more welcoming?
Because I have to tell you, I talked to a lot of truck drivers in preparing for this segment, and most of these truck drivers are people of color, and they talked about, you know, hearing some of the racism over the CB.
You know, this is, again, an industry populated by a lot of white men over the age of 55.
This group of people overwhelmingly voted for Trump.
Some people have talked about you know, aggressive truck drivers, cutting them off or not being helpful.
So obviously, the more populated it is with people of color, I think you'll see less of that.
But how can you encourage people to come and disrupt this space when it seems a bit unwelcoming?
Over 55 and white, therefore racist, and they're cutting you off.
Uh-huh.
Jeff, who is Tiffany Cross?
She is the biggest lunatic on MSNBC right now.
Really?
You said she's like the most racist, right?
Yes, I think she is.
She replaced Melissa Harris Perry who was there a few years ago when she was so bad.
She is the new Melissa Harris Perry.
And when she says in the beginning, I love this, All the truck drivers I spoke to.
How many truck drivers did she spoke to?
And how do you take every story back to race?
A truck driver shortage.
Truck drivers!
They cut you up, therefore they're racist.
No, that's going to stop, she said.
Oh, it's going to stop?
When you get more people of color.
Yeah, right.
People of color.
What a complete joke.
And then lastly, the creepiest, the most diabolical.
Chief of Staff for the man who sadly bears the title of President, Ron Kline.
Just this past week we rolled out the vaccine for ages 5 to 11.
This is the only country in the world, ours is the only government in the world that has bought enough vaccine for every child in this country to get vaccinated.
We've gotten about a million kids vaccinated in just the first few days of this program.
We're going to see that continue to grow in the days ahead.
We have problems to solve, but we're solving them.
He's proud that we are the only country in the world where taxpayers have bought enough vaccine for every child in the country.
Klein, did you even think for a moment why that is?
That we're the only ones?
Because perhaps everybody else knows that children are not endangered.
Healthy children are not endangered.
by the China virus.
You are evil.

There were three people right there.
Take a deep breath, Kyle.
That's what I...
That's what I wrote.
We're gonna just take it.
Time for our break anyway.
Footage that is still very, very hard to watch of Kyle Rittenhouse, the young boy who was 17 years old when he defended himself against a serial rapist and also a wife beater who were bearing down on him, and a third man who held a Glock to his head.
The Rittenhouse trial has become, sadly, national theatre for the nation.
We're going to dissect what it means for America with somebody who is so trusted by patriots across the nation for his legal and political analysis.
He is the author of The Russia Hoax and Witch Hunt, a great friend of America First.
Greg Jarrett, welcome back to One on One.
Shep, great to be with you.
Greg, you've been in this tortury business of the intersection of law and politics for a while.
Let's just put it, a while.
I'm not a lawyer, Greg.
And I come to this as somebody who sat in the back of a court once.
When I got a speed, I was driving too fast and I had to go to a court summons and I thought, I've never been to a court.
So I went in three hours early and I sat in the back just to look at what a county court was like as a newly minted American citizen.
And it was fascinating.
But it wasn't what we're witnessing on TV screens across the nation for the last week.
Is this a normal trial?
Is this witness badgering?
Is the judge saying, don't you be brazen with me?
Is this par for the course?
Give us your expert opinion on what we are seeing.
Well, courtrooms can be high drama.
And, you know, centuries ago, before television, before the internet, before court TV, where I worked for eight years, you know, people would flock.
Uh, to courthouses and courtrooms.
In some ways, it was their source of information, but it was also their source of entertainment.
And, uh, this certainly has not been entertaining, but it has been riveting to watch this unfold.
And you see on the screen, you know, Kyle Rittenhouse made a compelling witness.
He broke down, he sobbed.
You know, I really hate to see somebody like LeBron James mock it with laughing emojis.
If LeBron James had actually watched much of the trial, he wouldn't have made such a stupid comment.
This is a young man who broke down because he was reliving the trauma of what happened to him that terrible night in August of 2020.
He was chased down by an angry Bob, who threatened to kill him.
One man was trying to bludgeon him with a heavy skateboard.
Another man pointed a loaded pistol at him.
He defended himself, he claims, in self-defense.
I think he, from my viewpoint, and I've been a A lawyer for more than 40 years.
I used to be a defense attorney, a trial lawyer.
He struck me as credible and candid and sincere.
But it's folly to predict what a jury will do.
We'll have to wait and see.
But yeah, I mean, this was high drama.
As far as the scolding is concerned, I mean, I have seen a lot of... Angry judges?
Yeah.
I mean, the judge...
And there you see it, you know, sort of yelling at the prosecutor in this case.
There's the prosecutor.
And I've seen a lot of tongue lashings and scoldings in my day from the bench.
This is right up there.
It's one of the most severe.
And I don't blame the judge one bit.
The judge was 100% correct.
I mean, this is a prosecutor who either recklessly or ineptly or intentionally violated the constitutional rights that are sacred of the accused.
Explain this because not everybody has been watching you know day in day out all the footage but this this idea that the the deputy DA says well Mr. Rittenhouse you're giving your version of events now as if that's outrageous.
For the first time.
You know, it's sacrosanct, it's sacred, that Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, that you cannot be forced to be a witness against yourself.
And this is a prosecutor who decided to frame it in a way that suggested that his right to remain silent was incriminating of guilt.
That is absolute grounds for a mistrial.
But then he doubled down and he violated another sacred constitutional principle, and that is the right of an accused to face his accusers.
He commented on the fact that he sat there at the defense table and listened to the witnesses who testified before him and can now Tailor his testimony to conform with theirs.
Again, that's an inappropriate, wrongful, unconstitutional violation of somebody who is simply exercising his rights under the Constitution.
And the third violation was that this judge had made a pretrial order saying you are not, Mr. Prosecutor, to comment on any remark that the defendant made to his friend or friends about the use of his weapon.
It's irrelevant, it's immaterial, and it's highly prejudicial.
Don't utter a word about it.
What did the prosecutor do?
He uttered a lot of words about it.
So there's grounds for a mistrial here.
The defense is asking Uh, for a mistrial, and they'd like it with prejudice, which means that if the judge decides that this was done deliberately, intentionally, because the prosecutor knew he was losing his case and wanted to throw the case into a mistrial to get a do-over, this judge can actually say, I'm dismissing this with prejudice, which means
That Kyle Rittenhouse cannot be tried again.
Double jeopardy.
Are you surprised that he was advised or he took the stand whether or not he was advised to do so?
Because that's unusual, is it not, in cases of this graver nature?
It's always unusual.
You know, most of the time somebody accused of a crime does exercise the right to remain silent.
Mostly because they don't want to face uncomfortable questions about their actions in a withering cross-examination where they have some history of bad deeds and misconduct or wrongdoing.
They don't want that to come out fully.
They stay away from the witness stand.
This is a young man who had the courage to take the witness stand.
I don't know if it was his lawyer's decision or his decision or a collaborative decision.
I think it proved to be a wise decision for a couple of reasons.
First of all, he's asserting self-defense.
That's an affirmative defense, which means once you reach sort of a threshold level of demonstrating that this is a case of self-defense, Then the burden shifts to the prosecution to disprove the self-defense beyond a reasonable doubt.
So I think the defense kind of felt we have to hear, the jurors have to hear from the accused.
Why he felt that his life was endangered.
It was crucial to hear that from him.
Yes, exactly.
I mean, that's what self-defense is.
It is the reasonable fear of imminent serious bodily injury or death.
You've got to prove that it was reasonable, and I think he did that.
And second of all, you have to demonstrate that it was imminent, and it certainly seems quite imminent, given the videotapes and the photographic evidence and his testimony.
So now the burden is on the prosecution to disprove it.
He held up quite well on cross-examination.
Yes.
As I say before, it's folly to try to predict how the jurors felt about it.
That's how I felt.
Yeah, no, it was compelling and the DA, or the deputy DA, was seen to be badgering, to be undermining the constitutional rights of Kyle Rittenhouse and then we had that moment where the star witness said, yes, I approached Kyle with a loaded gun aimed at his head and you saw that the actual DA put his head in his hands.
So these things have made for Truly a court drama worthy of some TV soap opera.

You're listening to me, Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Trump, host of America First.
And this is one on one on the Salem Radio Network.
The Salem Radio Network Thank
you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You've been really prolific over the past few years being the head of the Intel Committee, and you've defended, promoted, you even read into the congressional record, the Steele dossier.
We know last week the main source of the dossier was indicted by the FBI for lying about most of the key claims in that dossier.
Do you have any reflections on your role in promoting this to the American people?
Well, first of all, whoever lied to the FBI or lied to Christopher Steele should be prosecuted.
And they are.
And unlike in the Trump administration, if they're convicted, they should go to jail and not be pardoned.
So Donald Trump pardoned Roger Stone for lying.
He pardoned Michael Flynn for lying.
If people lied to the FBI, they should go to jail.
Um, but at the beginning of the Russia investigation, I said that any allegations should be investigated.
We couldn't have known, for example, people were lying to Christopher Steele.
So it was proper to investigate them.
That was the interview in which Morgan Ortegas basically closed it questioning the credibility of Adam Schiff.
Greg Jarrett, you sent me a piece on Friday entitled Adam Schiff's Disgraceful Legacy.
Right there we heard him say the following, anyone who lied to Christopher Steele or the FBI should be prosecuted.
What about chairman of the Intelligence Committee of the House of Representatives who lied to America for four years about their having seen the, quote, incontrovertible evidence of Russian collusion between the Trump campaign and Moscow? incontrovertible evidence of Russian collusion between the Trump campaign and You know, there are a lot of liars associated with the great Russia hoax and the ensuing witch hunt.
Hillary Clinton, Christopher Steele, Igor Danchenko, Steele's source.
I'd add James Comey to the list.
But in my book, as I wrote in the column, the most remorseless liar of all, the flagrant huckster of hysteria over the Russia hoax is none other than Adam Schiff, which Sean Hannity loves to call Shifty Schiff.
I mean, he is the most mendacious of them all.
I mean, he is the top of the pile, is he not, in terms of who lied the most and most often for four years?
That's right.
You know, he'd walk a mile for a camera.
Schiff did hundreds and hundreds of interviews with the suck-up media.
They didn't know a damn thing because they didn't bother to actually investigate any of the allegations or try to corroborate any of the dossier.
They simply took it as gospel, as if it were scripture from Moses.
And so they are witting accessories, the media.
But they were played for fools.
They were witting dukes.
And at the hands of people like Adam Schiff, who kept insisting over and over again, week after week, year after year, for years, that he had incontrovertible evidence That Trump was a Russian asset who plotted with Putin in the bowels of the Kremlin to steal the 2016 election.
He said he had concrete evidence, absolute evidence.
He'd seen it with his own eyes.
We're just on the verge of the big reveal.
And he promised again and again he was going to reveal it.
But, oh, you know, it's classified information right now.
He never revealed it.
Why?
Because it never existed.
He lied.
And he did so without shame.
And this is the most disgraceful act I've ever seen from a United States congressman bar none.
He does not belong in that chamber.
And if there were a way to prosecute him, For all of his lies, you know, I'd like to see it done.
Unfortunately, lying to reporters and lying to the American people is not a crime.
It's just a disgraceful, shameful act.
Unless, of course, you're Roger Stone, and then at 6am these SWAT teams arrive with the AR-15s, the helicopters, and guys, if you don't believe me, look it up, the inflatable dinghies in the canal behind your house, because, you know, Roger Stone, he's right up there with, you know, cartel drug lords, that's how dangerous that elderly man is, who has prosecuted guys.
For what?
For lying to Congress.
Yeah, if that were a crime.
Lying to Congress is a crime, but unfortunately, going on television and lying ain't a crime.
Right, but Adam shifted a lot of both of those.

Greg, the recent indictments on my TV show yesterday, we had Devin Nunes talk about what's happened in the last few weeks with John Durham.
We've had Kash Patel, his chief investigator when he was The previous chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.
These indictments, I need, I mean, you've literally written the books on the Russia hoax.
I need your take on these three indictments.
Clinesmith, Sussman, and then Danchenko.
Because right now, except for this very junior lawyer, Clinesmith, who got suspended sentencing, you know, 300 hours of community work or whatever, which is pathetic.
The victim seems to be portrayed as being the establishment, the FBI, because they were lied to by Sussman and Danchenko.
Is this...
A very cautious building of a potential conspiracy case by Durham that he's starting with those indictments.
Do you expect the people who were the malefactors inside the Hoover building, like McCabe, like Stroke, to also be in the crosshairs of the grand jury?
Do you have a sense?
What is your spider sense telling you, Greg?
Well, I guess my spider sense is that absolutely Comey, McCabe, Strzok, and others who worked sedulously to push an investigation that they knew was based on phony information.
That should constitute a conspiracy to defraud.
Uh, the government, and, and yet I fear that they will not be charged with a conspiracy.
Really?
Yeah, those people, those people should be charged.
They lied to the FISA judges, they deceived the court, they perpetrated a fraud.
You know, look at the people who have been charged with lying to the FBI, and yet it's okay for the FBI to lie to a federal court?
How does that make sense?
It doesn't make any sense.
They should be held to account.
They should be criminally charged, but I'm skeptical that they will be.
I think that there may be some additional indictments to come, but it's been in many ways disappointing.
For example, you mentioned Clinesmith.
This is the FBI lawyer who phonied up documents.
Completely reversing their meaning.
A document in particular that was exculpatory of Carter Page, who was being spied upon.
An official CIA document that he changed the content of.
Right.
He turned it around, deliberately, to make it incriminating.
Based on that, that was just one of the many documents that was used to obtain the warrant to spy on Carter Page in the Trump campaign.
And don't listen to the media and say, oh, they're only spying on an advisor.
No, that warrant allowed them to get in like a nefarious worm into the Trump organization and spy on others, their communications, their emails, their text messages, going forward and going backwards.
The media never knows what they're talking about because they don't know much.
You're some of the dumbest people I've ever known.
You're some of the dumbest people I've ever known.

Thank you. - Yeah.
As far as Sussman is concerned, I mean, this is a guy who's accused of lying to the FBI.
He goes over to James Baker, the FBI, the General Counsel, and says, I've got this collusion evidence!
The Trump Organization and the Alpha Bank are related to the Kremlin!
And Baker says, well, you know, where'd you get it?
Who's your client?
I don't have a client!
You know, I'm just a good citizen.
That's the allegation against Sussman.
In fact, his client was Hillary Clinton.
In his billing record show, he billed the meeting with Baker to the Hillary Clinton campaign.
Seems like a lie to me, but we'll wait and see what happens in that case.
And then the latest is the most egregious.
You know, Christopher Steele, we knew he was lying all along.
He made up a lot of stuff.
But some of the stuff he was getting was from Well, we'll talk about Danchenko in a second, but first I have to tell all of our viewers, all of our listeners, guys, we are back because of the China virus.

Greg, the latest indictment, you mentioned Danchenko.
Let me give you my layman's take on what the most significant aspect of this indictment is.
If you haven't read them, read the indictments.
We've posted Greg's article, read his article on Adam Schiff, read the indictments because they're like something out of a spy thriller.
We now find out That not only did President Trump not hire prostitutes to do, you know, disgusting things in hotel rooms in Moscow, the people who went to that hotel room, who went to the Ritz-Carlton, were in fact Danchenko, the man who was just arrested, and an individual called Charles Dolan Jr., who had worked for Bill Clinton on his campaigns and had worked for Hillary Clinton on her campaigns, whose PR company that he worked for
This is the Terry on top, had the global contract to represent the Kremlin as a public relations firm.
These are the people behind the Russia dossier, the steel concoctions.
And after they went to that hotel, Danchenko goes to London and meets up with who?
With Christopher Steele.
Greg, it's funny, you know, it's ironic.
The bottom line is, there was Russian collusion, but it was Hillary and her lawyers.
Oh, we lost the sound.
Not the accused.
Sorry, we lost you there.
Start again.
The collusion was Russian.
Yeah, I mean, except it was with Hillary Clinton and her cronies, her confederates, her many acolytes that were disseminating the false narrative about Trump.
In fact, chapter two of my book, Witch Hunt, is entitled Clinton Collusion, in which I lay out how it was Hillary Clinton who invented the lie She financed the lie, and she ordered that it be disseminated.
Now we have the documents to corroborate what I wrote in the book.
She approved a plan on July 26, 2016 from one of her aides.
Let's do this.
Let's smear Trump and accuse him of being a Kremlin asset.
And that's exactly what they did.
And, you know, Charles Dolan is identified, a longtime Uh, pal, as one of the principal players, uh, who knew that it wasn't true, but fed some of the information to Dan Shanko, who also lied to the FBI about the information and fed phony information to Christopher Steele, who further embellished, uh, the lies.
So, you know, there, all of these people associated with Hillary Clinton not only fed the lies, but they were gathering information.
Uh, from Russian people.
Uh, and that wasn't true at all.
And they knew it wasn't true, but they didn't care that it wasn't true.
So, you know, I would encourage people to read my book.
It's now being corroborated by this indictment of Danchenko and other declassified documents.
Yeah, you've got to read them, The Russia Hoax, you've got to read Witch Hunt, and you've got to follow this man on Twitter and at his website, TheGregJarrett.com.

The End
I have to return, Greg, to one more.
A wonderful question with regards to John Durham and the recent flurry of activities.
He's...
This is a man who, he stayed in the shadows for most of his career.
There's only two photographs of the man.
Whenever you see, you know, an article about Durham, it's the same photograph of him scowling coming out of a courtroom.
So it's a guy who looks to take his job seriously, has a pretty serious reputation.
And one of the things he's known for, as what was it, former Connecticut US Attorney, is that he puts feds in prison.
So he has put corrupt FBI special agents and supervisory special agents in prison for breaking the law.
As a result, I just want to, what is it Jen Psaki says, circle back on why you think the indictments are going to stay at this Low level of people lying to the Bureau and not actually target the people inside the Bureau who were the architects and the implementers of the Russia hoax and the witch hunt.
Is that just a gut sense of what you've witnessed in the last two years?
Well, you know, as much as I sometimes rely on confidential sources and leaked information as any journalist has, you know, Durham's to be commended.
I mean, he's remained silent.
He doesn't leak.
No leaks come out of his investigation.
He is a serious guy.
He knows how corrupt the FBI is because he's put FBI folks behind bars.
You know, I do think he is still looking at people at the FBI and others who lied in the FISA court warrant applications to surveillance spy on the Trump campaign.
And I still think that's a possibility.
It would certainly be proper justice to hold people at the top like McCabe and Comey.
Again and again, right?
Yeah.
these FISA warrants. - Again and again. - They swore under penalty of perjury the information was true.
It wasn't true.
I'll just give you one example.
They vouched for the credibility over and over again of Christopher Steele, yet they didn't disclose to the court that they fired Christopher Steele as a confidential source for what?
For lying.
So when you say to the court, "Oh, he's reliable and he's credible," that's a lie.
And they kept vouching for the veracity of the dossier.
When they knew, and we now know that they knew, that it was all a pack of lies because they tracked down the source information and determined that they were lies.
Yet they didn't go over to the court and say, you know, that first application, we were wrong.
And so we're withdrawing it.
No more further.
No, they didn't do that.
They kept going and going and going, doubling down, tripling down, quadrupling down on their lies.
And that's a crime.
And, you know, Comey signed off on it, McCabe signed off on it, Rod Rosenstein signed off on it, and they should all be held to account, and in my judgment, they should all be criminally charged.
If they're not, if the individuals who perpetrated the titles of your books, Witch Hunt and The Russia Hoax, don't see justice, if the individuals you just enumerated continue to travel the globe on their book tours and pick up their hefty paychecks, their sinecures at CNN and MSNBC, what is to say that this will not happen again?
Well, two things.
It tells others they can get away with it.
They can get away with lying and cheating and deceiving judges.
But more broadly, it means that the words inscribed on the pediment of the United States Supreme Court, equal justice under law, is a charade.
It's a sham and a lie.
Because people in the top echelons of government get a different kind of justice, which is really no justice at all.
The rest of us must abide by the law faithfully.
But not if you're, you know, James Comey or Andrew McCabe or Peter Strzok.
Or Hillary Clinton.
Or Hillary Clinton, absolutely.
I mean, she got away with the email scandal.
I mean, that was such an obvious several acts of criminality.
There should have been actually more than 100 counts against her in the email scandal, and yet James Comey, without authority by the way, exonerated her, cleared her, and refused to charge her with the help of Loretta Lynch, the Attorney General, who was in a BFF with Bill Clinton.
You know, it sends a terrible message to people across America.
And no wonder there is such little faith and confidence in the integrity of our justice system and public officials in Washington.
When, you've been following this for decades, Greg, when did this level of rot actually set in?
Was it the Obama years?
When did the highest levels of the Hoover building and Justice Maine, when did they become politically motivated to attack others that had a different identity?
Was this a slow osmotic process?
Can you identify the tipping point?
Well, you're always going to find corrupt people committing corrupt acts, and they do so, you know, secretly, so it's very hard to find.
We now know, historically, one of the most corrupt people ever to hold office, not elective, but appointed office, was J. Edgar Hoover himself.
How they still have his name on the building just confounds me.
You know, or at least they they refer to it now still as the Hoover building.
But you know, I think you're right.
It's been, you know, sort of a slow rot process and it's gotten worse and worse year by year and decade by decade.
You know, but I think that there was lawlessness in the Obama administration that was not stopped in the Trump administration.
I wish it had been.
I think it was a huge mistake to appoint a guy like Yeah.
Jeff Sessions to be the attorney general.
He wasn't capable or competent enough to handle the situation and made a mess of it.
Bill Barr tried to clean it up, but that's a lot of hoovering to do.
So it's got to stop, and I would like to see Durham contribute to halting the rotting.
It's, uh, it's funny what you said about Jeff Sessions.
You know, I take my history as a politically commissioned officer of the president seriously, so I don't do kiss and tell.
But after I left the White House, we went back a year later with my producer to I interviewed the president for my book and it became the first appendix exclusive interview with President Trump.
And at the end I asked him, you know, lessons learned of his time in office.
And he said, I shouldn't say this, but I'm gonna.
The biggest mistake I made was Jeff Sessions as Attorney General.
So he said that on the record and that's in my second book, Why We Fight, Defeating America's Enemies With No Apologies.
The End
The End The End The End The End The End The End The End The End The End The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
I have a very sober individual, chief investigator for Judicial Watch, who kind of floored me when he came into my studio and asked him, Chris, what are we going to do about this?
And he said, there's only one thing.
You're going to send in the US Marshals.
They're still clean.
Dismantle the FBI and rebuild it from scratch.
Is that the level of action that has to be taken?
Yeah, it absolutely is.
You've said it quite well, Seb.
In the last chapter of my book, it's entitled The Reckoning, and I lay out what should happen to restore confidence in our institutions.
And I have said on air and, you know, got raked over the coals for it that, you know, We need to get rid of the FBI as it presently exists.
And it needs to be replaced with something that works.
And it starts at the top.
And I don't mean to insult or belittle the everyday hard-working FBI agent.
There are thousands of them.
They're honest and honorable people.
But it's people like Comey and McCabe and Peter Strzok and Lisa Page And all of the other malevolent actors who have ruined the good name and reputation of the FBI.
I think you need to wipe it away and start all over again with a new institution that can be the premier law enforcement institution in the United States.
But presently, it ain't the FBI.
And Christopher Wray, who's the current director, he's James Comey in a different suit.
Exactly.
No, exactly.
When the top is rotten, when the seventh floor is utterly corrupt, and nothing is done about it, that changes the culture of an institution for all the members of that institution.
And the one metric, the yardstick of The depth of the perversion and corruption of the Bureau is the utter absence of any real whistleblowers.
We're full of fake whistleblowers like Vin Mern and Fiona Hill, but real whistleblowers who say, you know what?
This warrant against Roger Stone, that's excessive.
Here's my badge.
Here's my gondol.
You know, the FISA warrants are bogus.
Steele is a con man.
This is oppo research.
I'm not going to put my vest on and execute this warrant.
Where are the whistleblowers?
So I'm saddened To hear you agree with Chris Farrell that it has to be a root and branch dismantling and rebuilding but as somebody who worked for years with the FBI and if they knocked on my door today I would say go talk to my lawyer.
I think I have to agree with you.
In the meantime be prepared my friends, educate yourself, know the depth and the breadth of the threat to our Republic and the rule of law.
