Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Marine Corps orders vaccinations for all Devil Dogs
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Welcome, dear friends, to America First with me, Sebastian Gorka, member of the National Security Education Board, former strategist to President Trump.
We have an amazing show for you today.
Mark Morgan, Gordon Chang, Alan Bukhari, and J.D.
Vance.
But first, let's set some goals for ourselves.
The left, we understand.
We understand their goals.
They hate America.
They don't necessarily want to destroy it.
They want to create it, re-create it in their own image.
Which will mean destroying the America that we know and cherish.
That's clear.
That's understood.
From opening the borders, to creating a military that is woke and laughed at by our enemies, to creating school boards, that are guided by their desire to indoctrinate our children politically and to cutting out the role and the say of parents in the raising of their children and their education.
We understand that.
It's clear.
And Americans who aren't political are rising to the task of recognizing that threat.
But what about our side?
What about those that are putative conservatives?
Conservatives nominally, but not in actuality.
They could be even more of a threat to us.
You've heard it all before.
The criticisms of President Trump, who was a very unusual quote-unquote Republican.
He's so crude!
Remember the Billy Bush tape?
What about Stormy Daniels and all the others?
Oh, and don't forget his tweets.
People are still talking about President Trump's tweets, even though he doesn't even have a Twitter account.
You've heard all of these criticisms and many, many others.
The never-ending loop of Trump criticism.
A critique which seems inconsequential when compared to what he actually did in office for four years.
The record of his policy accomplishments, from crushing the physical caliphate of the jihadi group ISIS, the most successful modern jihadi group that he had even eclipsed al-Qaeda, to creating a pre-Wuhan flu, a pre-COVID economy, the likes of which America and the world had never seen in size, in
Unemployment levels lower than we've ever seen since record-keeping began, especially for minorities.
And then again, on top of that, the incontrovertible evidence of his support For conservative causes such as the right to life, the sanctity of the unborn.
Donald Trump is the first president, the first Republican ever to address the March for Life.
I was there!
These are the things that matter.
These are the concrete matters of record that speak to his accomplishments.
Yes, I worked for him.
I still serve on one of his boards.
I haven't received a resign by midnight letter from Biden.
I guess he's too scared or forgotten.
So you can call me biased, but I challenge anyone, anyone out there who calls themselves a conservative or a Republican to prove me that where it mattered most The 45th president's achievements weren't some of the most impressive and traditionally conservative since Ronald Reagan left the White House.
It's simply impossible to gainsay that.
Now, despite that record, the success of what is now known as the America First conservativism that was MAGA, we still seem to have an insurmountable problem with our movement, namely the dominance of the establishment Republicans to this day, the RINOs, the Republican In Name Only, typified by the Mitt Romneys,
The Romney McDaniels, the Mitch McConnells.
People who at best must be labelled pseudo-conservatives.
Do they really still hold all the cards across the nation?
Is the MAGA movement condemned to slowly fizzling out because of an entrenched, lobby-funded group of special interest politicians who want to creep back into the, quote, business-as-usual relationship that they've had with the Democrats for so very, very long?
What should your response, what should my response be?
As patriots who don't believe that this class represents anybody except themselves.
When an election leaves you with a choice between a Democrat and a Rhino, what should you do?
Well, let's look at my recent experience with Glenn Youngkin.
Glenn Youngkin is from Virginia.
He says he's a Conservative.
He is the Republican candidate.
And I've met him a few times.
And I was impressed.
And he said he wanted to come on the show and we invited him.
For months and months he gave Mr G, my producer, the runaround and eventually I found out why.
Because somebody on his campaign had issues with, took umbrage with a tweet of mine this time about Glyn Youngkin and his statements about the last election.
So at least when it came to his staff, this man was surrounded by rhinos.
But what did he do?
This very, very successful businessman, former CEO of the Carlyle Group, bit the bullet.
He came on America First.
Yes, it was only for a few minutes, albeit I understand that.
But he acquitted himself well.
Some will say he's still trying to distance himself to a certain amount from President Trump.
He wasn't able to use the MAGA phrase or the America First phrase.
He said, put Virginia first.
Well, that's OK.
That's OK.
So I think we're going to have to support him, especially if we look at who's running against him.
One of the most reprehensible, sleazy and despicable Democrats there are today working in the political arena.
Terry McAuliffe.
And it's tight.
It is neck and neck.
One reason that Glenn Youngkin should receive our support is that in the last two weeks since he came on my show, The Never Trumpers have put him in their crosshairs.
The Lincoln Project pedo-protectors.
Where is John Weaver?
Has he been charged for his inappropriate sexual relations with underaged men?
Or boys, I guess.
And the Lincoln Project is so quiet about their fellow co-founder.
I guess they're too busy protecting pedos.
But if, Glenn, you're being attacked by pedo protectors like the Lincoln Project, I think which side you're really on has now become apparent.
So here's the lesson I have drawn for us all.
This man is a solid candidate.
He overcame the rhinos around him.
Then he's in it to win it.
He's declared war on critical race theory.
Somebody who has likewise done that and separated himself from the Rhino establishment is JD Vance, who will be with us next.
At the end of the day, my old boss will run again in 2024.
If he wins, he will need to excise the embedded rhinos across this nation and the swamp dwellers in this capital.
In the meantime, it's up to us to keep the pressure relentlessly on all those who say they are conservatives or Republicans And especially those who listen to the pseudo-conservatives who would rather lecture us about mean tweets.
Rhinos still are too influential, but it's up to you and me to change that.
And we can do it.
And thus save the republic and crush the left.
This is America First.
All right.
Mikes are on.
Thank you.
Fit perfect into a monologue.
I know.
I know.
Very good.
Usually a thousand words fits eleven minutes.
I read it last week, but I had one little critique of it.
Yeah.
Uh oh.
You're buying into the tweets thing.
I'm not!
I'm trashing you!
I don't know, but even the people on our side, the mean tweets thing is driving me nuts.
And it drives me nuts!
No, because if it heard him, he'd still be on Twitter today.
That's what pisses me off about it.
People can't realize that.
Say that again?
They try to say that it drove... People, if it heard him, they would have him on Twitter.
They would let him stay on and keep sinking himself.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Yeah, but I had to address it.
I know, I know.
Because you still bloody, it drives me nuts.
Ten months later, people still bloody say it.
Oh, I know, and it's become funny on our side, the mean tweets thing, but I don't believe that it hurt him.
No, I don't either!
That's why he won!
I miss the tweets, and that was something I told Geoff, that a recent tweet by J.D.
Vance, he tweeted that after the Baldwin thing, he tweeted, Dear Jack, please let Trump back on.
I know, I know.
That was the funniest thing in a long time.
That created some issues.
Let me grab my coffee.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Terry just doesn't get it.
He is in his little bubble.
The man who was a Virginia governor, who wants to be governor again.
He's doubling, tripling down on CRT.
Cut three, Terry McAuliffe.
We've got to go back K to six.
Early on, we've got to start teaching, talking about these issues much earlier than we've done it before.
And we don't do a good job in our education system talking about diversity, inclusion, openness, and so forth.
We don't.
We've got our textbooks.
But, you know, there has to be a big part of how do you fit in into the social work of our nation and our fabric?
How is it that we deal with one another is, to me, is as important as, you know, your math class or your English class and so forth.
K to six.
Math, not so much!
Diversity and inclusion.
I know our first guest is going to have something to say about that.
He is stirring up the political world with his candidacy for the Senate in Ohio.
J.D.
Vance, welcome back to America First.
Thank you for having me.
You must be watching with a very, very close eye the last 10 days in Virginia, the whole CRT doubling down.
Is this a phenomena?
Are you witnessing the pushback on a similar scale in Ohio?
How buoyed are you that Americans are finally waking up, JD?
Look, I'm very excited about what I'm seeing, certainly in Virginia, but also in Ohio.
It feels like there's a real grassroots movement brewing on the conservative movement right now.
And it's, you know, just like in times past, it's not just the politicos, it's not just the establishment folks, sometimes not even people who are that political, but they're just very fired up about what their kids are teaching.
You know, their kids are coming home crying, upset because they're being told that they're You know, a bad person, depending on the color of their skin, and they're just fed up about it.
And I think, you know, it may very well take down Terry McAuliffe, but I certainly think it is the beginning of the movement all across this country that's going to take down a lot of Democrats all over the nation.
In the break, we were talking to my team here, and somebody said, well, it's neck and neck, and if Glenn loses by three points, you know, that's a big, big deal in any other normal election.
And here's the reaction I have, J.D.
There are no There is no such thing as a normal election after 2016.
Do we have any faith that there will be a normal election?
Talk to us about the recent breaking news about Facebook and the censorship of conservatives.
You've written a piece about it.
How do we get back to quote-unquote normal, JD?
Oh man, we've got a lot of work to do.
You know, Facebook did two things basically in the 2020 election, one of which we've known about for a while.
They basically censored information that was negative about Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
They promoted information that was negative about Donald Trump.
And I really believe that swung the election in a really important way.
But I think more profoundly, I think that Zuckerberg What we're learning is that he put $420 million to buy up local boards of elections.
He did it in an extremely partisan way.
And I think it basically rigged the election.
I mean, you know, all of us are sort of scratching our heads wondering what really went on in 2020.
And I think a big piece of the puzzle is understanding that it was not the people's representatives that were counting ballots, that were canvassing elections.
It was partisan hacks that were installed by one of the most powerful people in our country.
So, have we seen enough of a response to that?
A requisite pushback in the last 10 months?
Are we going to see it just happen next year?
Will it be a billion dollars, JD?
You know, I don't think there will be a billion dollars, but look, this is where humans have the ability to push back against this stuff, right?
We need to be men of action in this moment, and Americans need to say, look, no more of this.
We need to actually ban Zuckerberg money coming in and buying up Democratic votes in our election, or we're never going to have a free and fair election in this country ever again.
People are woken up to it, so I think there's going to be a little bit more hesitancy from people like Zuckerberg to go in and buy the election.
But when they try to do it, and they will, Seb, we need to be ready to push back.
We need to be filing lawsuits.
We need to be, you know, getting up and protesting.
We need to be aware of what's going on.
And I think we're, again, I'm optimistic because we are at least aware of what happened now, but we can't just sit on our hands and expect things to get better.
We have to be willing to fight for the integrity of our constitutional republic.
Now I may have been in the White House as strategist to the president but I didn't fully realize how we won in 2016 until it was six months into the administration I was told by a certain Mr. Bannon to read a certain book called Hillbilly Elegy that of course you are the author of.
Everybody needs to read it to understand 2016.
You need to support this man.
He is in the vein of the citizen politician Go today to JDVance.com.
JD, the people, your family that you wrote about, the category of what the president called the forgotten men and women in America, where do they stand right now?
You're campaigning every single day, so you must have a better sense than most.
Whose side are they on, or have they given up?
Where are they today?
No, they haven't given up.
I mean, look, they definitely want Republicans to fight for the integrity of our elections.
That's definitely something I hear a lot about when I'm going out and campaigning.
But man, they're still very... These are our people, right?
We're still very fired up about this country.
We still love this country.
We're really angry by what we're seeing.
Look, the crisis at the southern border, the drugs pouring in.
the illegal aliens pouring in.
People are terrified about inflation, but they absolutely have not given up.
It's one of the things that just gives me incredible optimism about the American spirit is, look, you go to these school board meetings, you see parents, not especially political people, rising up against the madness of this critical race theory.
It's got to make you feel good about this country, but they need people who are willing to fight for it, right?
Because citizens can't do it all alone.
They need political leaders.
They need business leaders.
They need everybody.
Everybody's part of this movement to get up and actually take a stand.
And what do they think about the threat that is posited by the rhinos that are left here in the swamp?
You gave a superb response to a question in a recent interview.
Somebody said, how are you going to prevent yourself From becoming a rhino and JD said, well, I'm going to surround myself with people I respect and love and not the lobbyist strategist class in DC.
So is that enough?
What do we do about the rhinos, JD?
Well, I think it's one of the great takeaways of the last five years.
You know, President Trump's administration had a lot of successes.
One of the things it revealed is that the leadership of the Republican Party was not on board when it came to immigration, when it came to trade, when it came to reshoring American manufacturing jobs.
So I think we have to be really careful.
We have to look, you know, who's endorsing our politicians?
Which organizations are backing them?
What are they actually saying about some of the critical and controversial issues?
Are they paying lip service to conservative values but actually shying away from the things the media says you're not allowed to talk to?
There are all of these ways to sniff out rhinos, but at the end of the day, you know, I think Trump is going to run again in 2024.
I think he's going to win in 2024.
I think he'll be the president on January 2025 because we are awake to what's going on with some of the political situation, some of the election boards and so forth.
But if Trump gets in there and he's surrounded by people who don't actually believe in the core agenda, we're still going to have problems.
One man by himself cannot do it.
We actually need a whole movement and that's one of the reasons I'm running for Senate in the first place.
Yeah, I have a few thoughts on that myself.
JDVance.com is the website.
Last question, JD.
What size t-shirt do you wear?
I wear a large, at least depending on the brand.
All right.
Well, these are made in America.
They're from our store.
We made them for when the president came on this show.
They say, if you're woke, you're a loser, and we're going to send you one of those t-shirts.
Why?
Because that's who we are here.
Go to sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.

Yep.
And for one... Alright, hang on.
Defeating the Rhinos.
Defeating DC's Rhino class.
DC's Rhino class.
Yep.
And the pre-record?
Who does the swag for our guests?
Is it you, Eric?

I sent them to Randy, so yeah, just...
Yeah, send it to me.
I'll forward it to him.
Okay, good.
That's sent.
Yep.
All right.
Oh, Father Pavone, Yeah.
We will end abortion in America.
Two minutes.
Will end abortion in America.
Yep.
Can't believe Halloween's already this weekend.
Is that true?
Yeah, Sunday.
I can't believe how much they're advertising that flipping new- I thought they finished the Halloween movies.
I can't believe I have to dress up for Halloween.
No, it's a new trilogy.
You have to dress up?
I haven't dressed up in, I don't think, 20 years.
Are you going to dress up as AOC?
No, even worse.
Superman.
Uh-oh.
Are you going to be gay?
I didn't want to say it.
Of course, that's what my son picked.
So why are you having to dress up?
My kids wouldn't stop.
What?
My kids wouldn't stop harassing me over dressing up.
I've got to see Mr. G as Superman.
What costumes are the kids gonna be?
He's Superman.
Oh.
And my daughter's Supergirl.
Ah, of course.
Family of Supers.
How old is George?
Two.
Is he Terrible Tooth?
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
No hesitation.
Oh, yeah.
Coming in with the Tucker cut.
Please.
Yeah.
Cut seven.
Which is twenty-three.
And then we've got my pillow here.
Okay, yeah.
I like my costume.
All right, 20 seconds.
Standing by.
Standing by.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Job Creators Network.
Tucker, there's literally billions of Facebook pages, and this one page, for whatever reason, triggers the left to such an unbelievable degree that they have to whine to their bosses to try to get us censored.
Thankfully, it hasn't totally worked yet, but every Republican member of Congress should take note of this.
This came before the 2020 election, Tucker.
All their criticism of us were before 2020.
These change votes and change minds.
That is Alex Marlow, editor-in-chief of Breitbart.com, the one webpage, the one Facebook page that gives the employees at Facebook such conniptions that they have to throttle it back.
More than 20 percent.
That's the latest finding based upon documents that were released, not released, leaked.
At least there's some real whistleblowers out there from within Facebook to the Wall Street Journal.
It's true.
It's not a theory.
People who are accused of being conspiracy theorists because they, oh, I'm censored.
I'm throttled.
We've got the evidence right now.
We'll be talking to It's the Breitbart technology correspondent Alan Bukhari in the second hour of the show for the latest on that story.

Line one.
Mark in Denver.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Hey!
There seems to be a disagreement between President Trump and a lot of other conservatives.
He thinks there were millions of votes stolen.
In 2020, I happen to agree with him and the CNN exit polls kind of back up that position.
But I will say that in Virginia, if there's fraud, then Youngkin doesn't have a chance.
The way to stop fraud, at least to stop people who don't exist or who died years ago from voting, is if a voter gets sent a juror notice, And the post office returns it saying, you know, we can't find this person, then that person should only be allowed to submit a vote, you know, subject to verification.
There's about 12% of the people who get juror notices the post office sends back.
That doesn't solve anything.
That doesn't solve ballot stuffing.
It's not just the voter rolls that are a problem.
When you've got people pulling suitcases of ballots from under their secret hiding places, you know, under the tables on CCTV, this isn't about voter rolls alone.
You do understand that, Mark, correct?
I do understand that, but if we could clean up the voter rolls and only have people who actually exist get a ballot.
Yeah, but they're also faking ballots.
I mean, they're making ballots.
That's true.
Right.
How do we stop that?
We get everybody who's listening to this show to actually put pressure on their state houses to make sure that they do their constitutional duty to run those elections.
Don't hand them over to Mark Zuckerberg and his private companies and NGOs that invested more than $400 million in the last election to privatize the election.
That can never happen again.
It's illegal.
It happened and it must not happen again.
On top of that, Everybody listening to this show has to volunteer, has to be part of the solution.
If you've not volunteered to be a poll watcher, if you're not volunteering or helping others be part of the system that actually monitors what the left does, then I'm fed up.
I don't want another phone call.
Seriously, I do not want another phone call from somebody saying, well, they're going to steal it again if that person hasn't volunteered.
If they're not a poll, what, unless they're in a wheelchair on an iron lung, I'm not interested.
If you are just going to say they're going to steal it again, but you've done nothing, do not call this radio station.
If you're serious about America, if you want to stop them, then stop them!
My wife is a poll observer.
What are you doing about it?
Ask your friends if you volunteered and they haven't, why they haven't.
because that's the minimum I require from patriots who want to take back this country.
All right.
Thanks, man. - America First, what's your name?
Uh Yeah,
we'll go to Gina So we'll go to Gina So So when is the last time you dressed up for Halloween, Geoff?
I don't know, when I was 10?
No, I probably did at college, but probably then, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
I definitely was never a superhero, I can guarantee you that.
Even when I was a kid.
Don't forget a poster.
We want to see photographs.
Yeah, right.
Not in a million years.
What was the first stuff you dressed up as in college?
America First.
What's your name?
Yep, alright, what's your name?
Definitely picked up my costume game in the last couple years.
Picked up what?
My costume game in the last two years.
Oh yeah, really?
Two years ago I was Joker from the latest movie.
Okay.
And this year... I don't even want to say it.
Hang on, it's a picture I'd have to like.
The maniacal laughter.
With the Iowa's Joker.
That was one of my favorites.
I scared some of my friends.
One of my buddies at a party was dressed as a plague doctor and I managed to scare him.
Oh my goodness, what are you guys dressing as?
And this is 2019, this is before... Remember, this is Eric, okay?
This is Eric, whose favorite movie is The Thing.
Yes.
That is correct.
Absolutely.
I was thinking I did pole watching in 2019 and that was an interesting experience because I got up in the morning went to like the local one of the local elementary schools and it was dark when I went in and it was dark when I came out and I was just like oh it was like So how many hours were you there?
The whole day, right?
Yeah, 13 hours.
I did that in 2016.
I was just playing cup pong on my phone when I wasn't vlogging people because it was a whole deal.
I can say I've done it.
I've sat there throughout the entire day.
They paid you, right?
Yeah, not very much.
$4 for 12 hours.
I did it on a primary day in 2016, like back when Bernie was still viable against Hillary, and I remember that.
That was the craziest thing.
I went to go vote in person this weekend, and immediately it was like, wait, they have the signs up, you have to show ID.
My friend was like, yeah, of course.
In California, they instructed us as poll workers, you are not allowed to ask people for ID.
Incredible.
That's against the law, and I'm like, I told her, I'm like, wow, a state that requires ID, that's crazy.
Like India.
Like Mexico.
Those racists, those racist Mexicans, those racist Indians that have voter ID.
California.
How would you know?
I just, I mean, again, half of the time I start saying, what do you think?
And then it just falls apart.
It's like, how would you know somebody?
They don't really care.
Did you hear Mike the Lib today?
No.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
No, but I bet the Libs would go for vaccine passports to vote.
Absolutely, if they could do that.
They would absolutely do that.
Alright, we got about 25 seconds here.
And it's Relief and JCN to start with.
Alright, what do you want to say?
Let's do that.
All right. 15 seconds. Stand by. America first.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America first.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
It's been a tough two years and the mandates aren't over and costs are rising.
It's especially hard for the 30 million American small business owners who employ 60 million Americans.
The lifeblood of our nation.
Now these companies face increased burdens from their own government.
None worse than a proposed tax increase of nearly 30% on already struggling small businesses.
There's a call to change labor laws to help the union bosses and increase regulations.
It's not just bad policy.
It's bad faith.
One organization is fighting back on behalf of small businesses.
It's the Job Creators Network, founded to fight for them and defend free enterprise.
We're looking for a few good men and women to build an army of small business advocates.

That's 833-334-6752.
333 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
Let's go to Gina, line three.
Thank you.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
This is Gina again.
You've talked to me several times about my daughter and that I pulled her out of school and stuff.
Yes.
Today I saw a video of Loudoun County High School where they protested.
They walked out of the high school to support for the rape victim, for the young lady.
Yes.
And I want to give a word out.
I am also a rape victim myself and to overcome this, I'm praying for the family and for the girls and to have forgiveness to these people.
I know it's going to be hard.
It's going to be a long road and it's very hard because if they don't forgive, they're going to have bitterness in their heart eventually.
And that's what I had to do for my life to heal.
So I want them to become victors and not victims for what these people did to them.
And I want to get that word out and for the family.
Don't let them beat you.
for your future, to make you become victims.
I want them to be victors.
So I ask them to pray every day and to pray for those people, what they've done against them.
Because at the end of the day, their judgment will come to God and God will judge them if they don't get any, any judgment here on earth.
So this is very hard for me because I've been praying to call you about this, but I want to get the word out to the families.
That they will overcome this as long as they give it to God and they forgive them for what they have done.
And I know it's going to be hard and it's going to be a long road, but they can do it.
Thank you, Gina.
I wanted to mention this story, the students that are walking out of school today across the county in support of that young girl who was raped.
I don't know if you listen to any other radio shows, but I wanted to mention this.
I was listening to the reports of this student walk out in sympathy this morning on Cumulus.
I was listening to the Chris Plant show, and in the breaks, the news broadcast was quite shocking, Gina, because Of what they left out.
As Chris says, one of the most insidious powers of the media is not what they cover, but what they don't cover.
And twice, I heard the news break twice, and they said, students are leaving school today in a show of sympathy for a rape victim in their county.
Gina, you know what they didn't mention?
They didn't mention who the rape victim was.
Yeah.
They didn't mention who the rapist was and they didn't mention in the news coverage that it was an issue because the board had hidden it, had covered it up because the quote-unquote boy was transgender gender fluid and had raped two girls in different schools and he went into the girls changing room because he was wearing a skirt.
So Gina, It's a powerful message.
God bless you.
We're going to keep you in our prayers.
But on top of that, we're going to call out the people who say they're in the news business.
Yes, whoever you were reading that news at Cumulus Radio today when you said, oh they're walking out in sympathy, but for some reason you left out it was multiple rapes by a gender fluid boy.
whose rapes had been covered up by the school board.
God bless you, Gina.
Stay on the line.
Let's send Gina whatever she wants as an early Christmas present from our store.
So maybe at least a hoodie or two.
Get Gina's details.
You won't regret it.
The leaves are turning.
It's getting a little chilly out there.
I do not... I'm not a hoodie person.
I wear it every day now.
When I walk the dogs, it's what I wear.
So Gina, God bless you.
We will keep you and those victims of rape.
And your words of forgiveness are powerful, truly powerful.
Let's go to Steve in Las Vegas, Line 2.
Thank you.
Waiting until Election Day, the horse is long out of the barn.
Who's saying to wait until Election Day?
Okay, but our focus should be on the County Commission.
There's 3,006 of them in the country.
And that's where the power is in the county, the sheriff, the county commission.
They call it a school board because it's just a board.
There are many boards in a county.
The powers in the county, county commissioners, they hire the registrar voters, they direct the registrar voters, and apparently some of the directions they're giving aren't following state law.
Absolutely.
But nobody's saying, nobody's saying, Steve, wait until Election Day.
I mean, early voting has already begun in Virginia.
Absolutely.
The pressure has to be put on all of these people.
And if we don't replace them, if we don't run for those positions, I don't want to hear another complaint.
I mean, it's so easy for people to complain.
Okay, what are you doing about it?
Have you run for one of those positions?
Have you supported somebody running for one of those positions?
Before anybody, anybody who dares call themselves a conservative, call themselves a patriot, says, oh, this, oh, that, that's not enough.
They can still cheat.
Can you give me a chance to answer somewhere?
No, it's not a question, Steve.
It's my radio show.
I'm talking right now, Steve.
Well, I sat through over a year of county commission meetings when we tried to get rid of the new electronic voting machine.
And what happened?
Lots of things happened.
It ended up with a judge, a federal judge, who said, although they broke all these election laws, some are, you know, I can't think of the term, but you judge prison time.
He didn't, his opinion was he didn't think that they were actually trying to fix the election.
And nothing happened to any of the law breaking.
Yeah, I have no idea what kind of you're talking of, or where it happened, but it's up to us.
Otherwise, John, otherwise, Steve, it's just resignation.
What is the alternative?
Just resignation?
Just saying that we're condemned to have our election stolen?
We have to recognize All of us.
We've been disrespecting our own form of government and its process.
Totally!
The commissioners sit there through 90% of their meetings looking out over three or four hundred empty seats.
Exactly.
If you don't show up, you cannot win.
Completely correct.
Thank you, Steve.

Joe Walser's launching a new podcast.
Are you kidding me?
Yeah, twice a week.
Twice a week?
The White Flag with Joe Walsh.
The White Flag?
I don't want to talk to people I agree with.
I want to sit down and have civil, constructive conversations with people who think differently than I do.
His first guest will be Andrew Yang.
Ugh.
I don't, I don't, I don't, what is, I never, what is the appeal of Yang?
Here's the deal.
So what happened with Andrew Yang is he ran and his big thing was like UBI, $1,000 a month.
The far right, like the alt-right latched on to him.
A, because he was very internet savvy and meme savvy, but also because of like one speech he gave like a while ago where he said like, oh, and the white working class is the most disproportionately affected.
So the alt-right, Richard Spencer, He was supported by the alt-right.
Yes.
And the media started hammering him for that, saying, hey, you have white nationalists supporting you.
What are you going to do?
So then he turned around and started saying, oh, white people are insecure, blah, blah, blah, all the usual anti-white stuff.
And then, of course, you know, that was basically his big flashback.
Only thing about Yang, because I watch a lot of TV.
Come in with eight.
Come in with eight.
A lunatic.
I don't think he hates.
What?
I don't think he hates people on this side, like the left.
That's the only thing.
No.
But he's also a fantasist.
But it does nothing.
He doesn't live in the real world.
No.
And he'll pander to those who do hate us.
And he's lost twice now, so it's like, who cares?
Yeah.
Coming in with cut eight.
Alright, stand by.
Standing by.
From the ReliefFactor.com studios, this is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Look, he can't be charged with murder, which is the intentional killing of another, because there's no evidence of that.
But he could be charged with criminal negligent homicide involuntary manslaughter, which is grossly negligent and reckless conduct.
The failure to exercise due care to protect the crew.
And because, as Brian points out, the safety protocols were violated here.
The fact that there were two discharges earlier of a weapon put the production crew as well as, importantly, the on-location producer, which is Alec Baldwin, on notice that there was a safety problem.
He is duty-bound to take measures to correct it.
Failure to do so can result in a criminal charge against him.
Day-by-day drip by inexorable drip, we are getting more of the granularity with what happened during that film shooting where one lady was killed and another person was injured.
Apparently the conditions were so dangerous people walked off the set prior to the final incident and according to today that was of course Greg Jarrett, great friend of the show.
We are hearing reports that How should we put this?
Mucking around?
Is mucking around the right words?
Well, the news reports are that Alec Baldwin was, quote-unquote, practicing with the firearm that finally discharged in his hands.
But, as Greg pointed out, not only did he pull the trigger of the weapon that killed that cinematographer, he was not only the star of the film, he was also the producer.
Let's go to your calls.
833-333-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
John in California.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
I have both a cautionary tale about California and an optimistic tale.
I think you're perfectly correct about everybody having to get involved.
But resistance really starts at the very local level.
And California on a state level is at this point lost for the moment.
But what really has to happen is involvement for state legislators and for congressmen.
That's where we can really make a difference.
We can actually use also the Democrats' own weapons against them.
Ballot harvesting is legal in California.
And the way Garcia got his congressional district was by ballot harvesting himself.
So there is a way of getting out through this, but it's on a local level.
It's not On a state level and counties, certainly, but definitely involvement of people who are fed up with what's going on.
It's exactly how the left did it.
They understood that it's not really about federal politics.
That's the chat.
Thank you.
Yes, the best.
So I spent four years teaching counter-terrorism for the DoD, but the majority of our students were allies or partners, and the best guys were always the Jordanians.
They have a counter-terrorism battalion that is like kick-ass.
They model it on the SAS and some of the toughest guys I've ever taught.
Oh yeah, I saw the SAS poster in there.
If you look on the obverse wall, you'll actually see a plaque they gave me from that Jordanian unit.
Cool guys.
They're all Bedouin.
Right.
Very interesting.
My sister visited Jordan once, and apparently you can stay in a Bedouin tent on Airbnb.
That's funny.
We went two years ago for Christmas.
Two?
Three years ago?
Two years ago.
We went there, we took the kids, we went to Israel, we went to Jordan, and we stayed in Wadi Rum, which of course since then has exploded.
It's where they did The Martian, it's where they did Dune, and it's where they did one other movie.
Lawrence of Arabia?
Yeah, but recently.
Recently.
What was the third one?
Anyway.
Yeah, it's worth a visit.
It's worth a visit.
Oh yeah, I'd love to go at some point, definitely.
And of course, Petra.
Yeah.
Housing in DC hasn't been back for months.
Has the master gotten worse or better?
I don't know, I don't go in.
How's the mask thing in DC?
I don't go in.
It's actually not bad by me and Eric.
It's not as bad as you would think, yeah.
Okay.
You refuse to wear it on the Metro, right Eric?
Exactly.
And no one says anything to me.
I told a friend and she was like, I thought they'd fine everybody.
He refuses to wear it.
Oh, you should go ahead.
Unless somebody...
hands you a mask or forcibly tells you to it's like i think everyone sort of got this vibe where they're like hey you know it's much better in virginia than it is in dc yeah yeah i mean going to dc they it's a little bit weirder but then again i went to that show in dc on saturday went in everyone had to wear a mask going in but going out like 60 percent of people had them off so does six need to be teed up chef afraid of Six Fredo.
No, no.
All right then, come in with it after the music.
Yeah, come in with Fredo.
Okay, coming in with cut six after the music.
All right, 20 seconds standby.
Standing by. Standing
by. Standing by.
Now, my concern is, how do you enforce it, Don?
I think that you'll get laws.
I don't think that the right fringe, they just want to censor us.
The data is too obvious.
They kill it on social media, the righty fringe.
They get the most traction, they have the most sites with the most views.
They're not being censored.
How stupid is Fredo?
He says the righty fringe kills it with the most views.
Then how can they be the fringe?
English.
It's a challenge for Fredo Cuomo.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
We're back and we're delighted he has graced us with his presence in studio.
None other than Breitbart's chief big tech investigative journalist, Alan Bukhari.
Welcome to America First.
Thanks, Steph.
Thanks for the kind intro.
So, Facebook and censorship of the fringe like Breitbart, the most interactive, biggest number of hits site in the planet.
How big is this story?
It's pretty massive.
What amuses me about it is that all of these leaks coming out right now, they're coming from Facebook's most left-wing employees who are upset that Facebook hasn't done enough to censor sites like Breitbart News.
So this is whistleblowers who are angry that there isn't more censorship?
Yes, but they've really shot themselves in the foot this time because they've inadvertently revealed what Facebook has done to censor Breitbart News and other conservative publishers.
Reduced traffic by 20% to Breitbart, by I think 18% to the Washington Times, 16% to Western Journal and I think 11% to the Epoch Times.
So they revealed all that and you know that's the real story here, not the Facebook isn't clamping down even further, which is what they want.
So you've literally written the book, hashtag deleted big text battle to raise the Trump movement and steal the election.
What does this mean?
Because it's hard to interpret.
I mean, on the face of it, they're stupid.
I mean, the woman who is the whistleblower, Frances Haugen, She's in the unit that actually censored the Hunter Biden laptop story.
She clearly wants more censorship, not less.
Is there any scenario in which this plays to their strengths, or have they just let the cat out of the bag a lot?
Well, I think they started off by trying to make this kind of bipartisan thing.
You know, they said, oh, you know, Facebook is is addictive to children.
It's dangerous to teenagers.
So they're going for the bipartisan angle.
But pretty soon it became apparent what they were really going after.
And, you know, all of this news came out.
Frances Hager is being backed by Pierre Omidyar, one of the big left-wing billionaire philanthropists.
She's being represented by someone who used to work for Barack Obama.
Her law firm is the same law firm that represented the Ukraine whistleblower.
Everyone remembers the bogus Ukrainian second impeachment trial.
So this is clearly an agent of the establishment.
This is an astroturf campaign.
And it's telling that this is the whistleblower who gets turned into a celebrity by the media and not all the whistleblowers who came forward to me at Breitbart or who came forward to Project Veritas to blow the whistle on census.
They're not celebrating.
The Breitbart or Project Veritas whistleblower is not even reported on.
No, they're completely ignored because they're not saying things that the media wants to hear.
They're saying Facebook takes sides, they're saying Facebook should do less censorship.
They were waiting for a whistleblower who aligned with their values.
And obviously it's someone who comes from the unit that censored the Hunter Biden story.
So, again, what is the end effect of all of this?
Does this weaken the censorious position of Silicon Valley?
Or is this just a little blip for them and it'll be swept under the carpet?
What is your prognostication?
I'm quite optimistic that, well, I'm optimistic in the sense that I think nothing will happen.
What they're clearly aiming for... You mean in terms of more censorship?
More censorship, yes.
What they're clearly aiming for is to generate a lot of political momentum and get new congressional acts, new executive action to pressure these tech companies to do more censoring.
That's why they're all coming out now while the Democrats own the Senate, the House and the White House.
But I don't see that having much traction.
I think, you know, as you said, the Catspeed acts out of the bag.
We know what their game is, and I don't think they're going to get 60 votes for any new law in the Senate.
The only danger is, of course, executive action.
Your reaction since we last spoke?
We have the announcement last, what was it, Wednesday?
I think it was Wednesday or Tuesday, that the Truth Social, the new platform that President Trump is going to beta test next month, will launch allegedly first quarter of next year.
The company, the holding company that is involved in this new media conglomerate quadrupled its share value in less than 40 hours on the stock exchange.
Is that an indicator of how thirsty people are for an alternative?
Well, it certainly shows that there's a massive market for all of this.
And, you know, if someone wants to know why this is happening, it's happening because every single social media platform banned the President of the United States.
It was an extraordinary moment.
You even had, like, the Socialist President of Mexico saying, this is unacceptable, you can't censor a world leader like that, you know, even if his politics are the polar opposite of mine.
That's why this is happening.
But yes, there is a massive market just because so many people have been censored.
Now, the downside to all of these alternative social media platforms is that their user base is going to be mostly conservative, so you're kind of going to ghettoize yourself.
You're going to cut yourself off from people who are on the fence, voters who might be undecided.
Now, Trump needs his own platform because he's being banned, but ultimately, I think we ultimately need to fix the bias in the mainstream platforms as well.
But if, as it's been reported, it will be a streaming service as well, a content provider, that could appeal to lots of people who are just fed up with woke content.
That is quite interesting, because I think there is a lot more opportunity for streaming platforms and video platforms to disrupt platforms like YouTube and Twitch, because when you have a dedicated video, somebody who produces video a lot, They get a dedicated following that will actually follow them to a new platform if they go there.
We see this with Rumble, of course, which is what we're on now.
Extraordinary growth.
So I think there's a lot of opportunity there.
I think with Twitter and Facebook, it's a bit more difficult to disrupt.
What does it mean, explain it to us, you're the senior tech reporter for Breitbart, that Facebook wants to change its name.
What does that mean?
Are they in trouble?
That's very strange.
Because usually Coca-Cola doesn't change its name.
If things are going well, Ford doesn't become, you know, banana.
So what's going on?
Yeah, there's some tech companies like Google wants to change the name to Alphabet because it wanted to avoid charges of being a monopoly.
So, oh, we're just Alphabet and we have all these different companies.
And Facebook is doing something similar.
They've been attacked by the press so often.
I think they're just making journalists' lives more difficult by changing their name.
Uh, and you know, you have to think about, like, search engines as well.
When you search for Facebook versus when you search for the new name, it's almost like starting a clean slate.
Okay.
Um, frankly, I wonder why cancelled, you know, people who've been cancelled by the media don't do.
Just change your name, then your Google search results aren't a problem anymore.
Okay, we had the president's son, we had Donald Trump Jr.
on my Newsmax show on Sunday to discuss the whys and the wherefores, the objectives of this new platform.
If you had five minutes With President Trump and his new team for Truth Social, what words of caution, what advice would you give a person who had, you know, on one platform 90 million followers, who had at least 74 million vote for him, who clearly has a potential instant market that can just be created out of ex nihilo?
What traps should he avoid when he sets up next year?
The big thing to avoid, and we saw Parler fall victim to this, is, you know, be careful of what hosting provider you use, because Parler relied on Amazon, and then they were knocked out for like months and months.
Gab was knocked out for a while, but then they did a very clever, smart thing, they built their own physical servers that they own.
And you know, that's a very drastic Expensive.
Expensive, yeah, but in the times we live in, sometimes it's necessary, I would say.
The other thing to be aware of is payment processing.
Explain why that's a vulnerability.
So, you know, our payment system is like increasingly centralized.
So, you know, Visa and MasterCard, you've got those two companies controlling everything.
And in terms of the actual processing companies, you have PayPal, you have Stripe, and that's it.
And PayPal and Stripe have like kicked off Conservative from the platinums, effectively cutting them off from receiving credit card donations through the internet.
So that is something to consider.
I would, personally, I would institute cryptocurrency payments immediately, because that's a very interesting payment system that really can't be censored.
And we've seen people who have been, you know, lost access to their bank accounts, lost access to PayPal, lost access to Stripe, still being able to receive support from their followers through cryptocurrency, just because it's so hard to knock offline.
Impossible in fact.
And when it comes to branding, so you would say, which I have to give him credit Don Jr.
said, this isn't just for conservatives, we're open to anybody.
Would that be part of your marketing for a new platform?
Certainly, it's worth a try to do that because I think Silicon Valley's rules are so expansive now that actually you will probably start to see left-wingers get censored as well.
Reddit already knocked off one of the biggest left-wing subreddits for the Chapo Trap House podcast back in the summer of 2020.
They did that as an excuse because they wanted to get rid of the biggest Trump community as well, but that was a very big community and they had to go and find their own servers after that.
All right.
You've heard it here, the recommendations from the man who knows.
He's covering big tech for Breitbart.com, and they're so afraid of Breitbart.com.
It's got to be a good sign.
Follow him at LibertarianBlue on Twitter.
Are you on the other platforms as well?
I am.
I'm on Gab at AB, on Paula at Allenby, and on Getter, and I might join Snuin as well.
Sounds good.
In the meantime, educate yourself.
Hashtag deleted.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
First, come to you live from the ReliefFactor.com studios just outside the insalubrious swamp that is Washington, D.C.

John, mics are back on.
Oh, what was that one, like, out of... The Masked Lady?
She wants... She has a...
Hello, Mr. Morgan.
Can you hear us?
Good afternoon.
Sure can.
Loud and clear.
All right.
Let me do this.
Okay.
We see your image.
The framing looks good.
Want to give us a few lines to test the audio real quick?
Test one, two.
One, two, three.
What do you think, John?
Sounds good.
All right.
Dr. G will be back in his chair just a moment, and we'll be able to talk to you.
A reminder that the mics are live on our Rumble broadcast at this time.
Great.
Thank you.
Jeff, that's not exactly how America works, but I guess that's the communistic interpretation.
At the end of the day, it's a calm infrastructure.
Mr. Morgan, the man who says he's got to come on my show and then we invite him and he's too busy to come on the show.
That's not true!
I'm glad we got you today.
Yeah.
All right, so we've got to talk about the Chief, right, in Texas.
Talk about the breaking news about the National Guard being deployed.
What else is important?
Those are two things.
I mean, obviously, the obvious that's going on right now making some headlines is the caravan.
Yeah, caravan.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then I know you've already hit it, you know, just obviously the overall numbers, right?
Okay.
But, you know, it's, you know, part of that, too, is we don't do a good enough job.
It's not just about the numbers.
It's the context behind the numbers.
You know, the early 90s, we were removing 99%.
And now in this administration, they were obese.
20 seconds.
Standby.
Okay.
Sounds good.
Standby.
Not coming in with anything, right?
No.
Okay.
Stand by. Stand by.
When you're a gubernatorial candidate for the Democrats and you lose the Daily Beast, there might be a problem.
This popped up on my Twitter feed.
From the Daily Beast, Terry McAuliffe said that there were 1,100 kids hospitalized with COVID.
And there were 35.
Oops!
Getting fact-checked by the Daily Beast!
Maybe their jumping ship as well.
It's time to talk about the truth of the southern border.
What's happening?
The National Guard has been deployed by Texas to try and stop the imminent caravan.
Do they have a shot?
Let's ask the man who ran the border for President Trump, former Commissioner of CBP Customs and Border Protection, good friend of the show, Mark Morgan.
Welcome back to America First.
Thanks as always, Sebastian.
So tell us what's going on in Texas.
What do we know about the caravan?
Is the guard going to be enough?
And are you impressed with the current leadership of CBP down there on the border?
Yeah, it's a lot to unpack there, but let's talk about the caravans.
Look, it's very clear, and from the interviews that are being conducted that have been broadcast, I think the American people are finally getting some information being awakened, Sebastian, that they know what this is about.
They're coming here for one reason, and that this administration under President Biden has opened our borders and provided the welcoming map and incentivizing illegal aliens to come.
We saw the numbers, border patrol alone, 1.7.
If you add in our ports, it's over almost 2 million individuals have come.
But what's really important and why these caravans keep coming is because what's behind the numbers.
It's not just historic high numbers, Sebastian, but it's the fact that this administration in the fiscal year have released over 600,000 illegal aliens in the United States and every state in this country.
As well as because our borders are open.
Over 400,000 have gotten away and made their way to every town, city and state.
And right now, under the current leadership of Chief Raul Ortiz, I'm shocked at some of the things that are coming out of his mouth right now.
Under what conditions, can you explain to us, when you say that 600,000 plus have been released, under what legal auspices and with what expectation are these illegal aliens released into American society, Mark?
Look, this is absolutely a policy decision by this administration, meaning no consequences.
Look, in the Trump administration, we had the Remain in Mexico program, which we've talked about multiple times, that stopped the incentivization.
That being, if you came to a divorce with family, by court order, you had to be released into the interior United States.
We stopped that under President Trump, and it was very effective.
This administration removed that immediately, and what happened?
Once again, if you come to our borders as a family, catch a release is back on and you're released.
Here's what happens.
You come to our borders as a family, COVID, no COVID, no documents, asylum, no asylum.
It really doesn't matter.
This administration is going to release you.
You're going to get a plane ticket anywhere where the illegal alien wants to go in the United States.
And on the back end, we know that they've removed 90% of ISIS enforcement authority.
So they know that they're going to stay here.
I was listening to other news reports with regards to this caravan and other nations.
They're credible reports, Mark, that there are numerous individuals who are being picked up on terror watch lists that are making their way towards the border.
How serious are those reports?
Yeah, so it's very serious.
Look, what you're talking about right now, I've heard the same reports through the Darien Gap.
As they go through that adverse terrain, it's owned by a criminal organization.
The reporting coming out is they have actually intercepted multiple people, what I understand to be on the FBI's terror screening database.
And keep in mind, this fiscal year as well, Border Patrol apprehended 14 illegal aliens on the FBI's terror screening database.
But of course, you won't see that data anywhere because this administration refuses to be honest and transparent with this country.
And that's why the former chief, Chief Rodney Scott, has said from day one, he's absolutely right.
This is about border security, and border security is national security.
If you open your borders up to one threat or one crisis, you're opening your borders up to the vast, complex set of threats we face, including every aspect impacting our public safety, our public health, and our national security.
That's a fact.
We're talking to the former CBB Commissioner Mark Morgan.
He is a fellow with the Conservative Mothership, the Heritage Foundation and also with FAIR, the Federation for American Immigration Reform.
The breaking news is that the National Guard assets in Texas are being deployed to try and help stem the tide of this caravan.
What is your experience in your decades of service to this nation when you have different assets working with each other on a specific mission?
In the UK, where I served in the British Army, the Army could support The police, but the police were in the driving seat if there was some kind of emergency.
Very different from, of course, the posse comitatus here in the United States.
Is there a template?
Is this going to make a big difference?
Or is this a stopgap measure, in your opinion?
Look, I think it's a little bit of both.
But right now, take Del Rio, for example.
224 miles, Sebastian, in that one sector alone.
Had it not been for Texas DPS and the Texas National Guard, The border patrol would have lost complete control of that 224 miles for at least a week, if not more.
That's a fact.
And again, that's why the comments from Chief Raul Ortiz and the border patrol are so troubling right now.
But make no mistake, Texas, it's making a difference.
First of all, Sebastian, you and I have talked before, this is about consequences.
If you don't apply consequences to those that are breaking the law, disrespecting the rule of law, shocker, they're going to keep coming, they're going to keep breaking the law.
But by sending Texas DPS down there, one thing that they're making an impact on are gotaways.
Again, 400,000 gotaways because 40%, 50% of border patrol resources are pulled off the line to process, abdicating their national security mission to be professional illegal alien facilitators into this country.
Right now, the stats that I'm getting from Texas is, so far this fiscal year, between the Guard and the troopers, they've apprehended 150,000 illegal aliens.
8,000 estate charges, 6,000 of those felonies, $13 million in currency and 1,600 weapons, as well as tens of thousands of pounds of narcotics.
I'd say they're making a difference.
Has there been any further information?
It seems, you know, Biden came out of the White House to try and tip the scales with regards to that fake photograph or that exploitation of the CBP officers riding their horses.
Has anything happened?
Any consequences been for those officers who were just trying to do their job, Mark?
No, and look, from day one, the Secretary, which is unconscionable.
He's a former prosecutor, the DHS Secretary, saying, hey, we're going to wrap this up in a week or so.
Look, I've been on the internal affairs investigation before.
I knew that that just can't be done.
That's just not right.
It's unfair to put a deadline on it.
But look, again, I'll go back to the Chief of Border Patrol.
As Secretary Mayorkas and the President of the United States and the mainstream media vilified these agents, scapegoated them, ruined their careers and their reputation.
Chief Ronald Lutisi, he was silent.
In nowhere, he made no public statement with respect to supporting these men and women and correcting the errors and inaccurate information was out there.
And now the same chief has just said that he's extremely concerned about the Lone Star operation from Texas.
It's unbelievable.
I've been doing this for 35 years, and you alluded to this.
Every single time, from local to federal level, when we worked together as law enforcement agencies, we were always more effective.
The comments being made by Chief Ortiz, you know, Sebastian, real quick, he's also saying that he's concerned that the illegal aliens now, because Texas is involved in making arrests, that they're not going to be able to claim asylum.
First of all, he knows, overwhelmingly, the majority of the claims are false, but he also knows better, because that's just not true.
Right.
We will continue with Mark Morgan.
He's just started getting going.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
Mike's are still hot on the video feed.
I'm just going to say, Just curious, what's Ortiz's reputation before now?
Did he have a good one?
Yeah, he was okay.
It was a mix, but look, I knew the guy before.
I don't know who this guy is now.
Wow.
Clearly, look, Sebastian, he was ready to retire.
He made comments like he was ready to rip the scab off of this with respect to the policy of this administration.
And then the cloak of darkness came in and said, hey, we're getting rid of Rod Gustavsson, the man that you've known for over two decades and you're currently working for.
We're getting rid of him.
And you've achieved, what do you think?
You can't.
He wanted that goldfish, and now he's totally shifted, and now he's just put it on the pocketbook into this administration.
I mean, he's basically handed 20 years of dedicated service all for retirement.
Is there any way to keep an eye on that officer and to make sure something doesn't happen to him, the guy who was accused of using his reins like a whip?
How do we make sure that something doesn't happen to him?
You can't.
You can't.
I mean, the only options that they have are through appeals.
Right now, my understanding is that CBP's Internal Affairs and IT are working together.
They're going to investigate, and they're going to come up with a recommendation, and the only option they have is through appeal.
Now, they've got the union, and the union will do that, but that's an arduous task, and there's no guarantees to that.
And I guarantee you, Sylvester, they're going to try to find something.
Of course.
Of course.
And we've got you locked in for Thursday, correct?
Yeah, I'm looking forward to that.
Good, good, good.
Hey, have you got Rodney Scott on your show yet?
The former chief?
No.
You need to.
Okay.
Alright, will you connect us?
Yeah, absolutely.
Great.
Two minutes.
Is he based local or not?
No, he's in San Diego.
But I gotta tell you, right now, the troops are across the line.
I mean, they have no trust and faith and confidence in Ronald Ortiz now.
I mean, they've lost all trust and confidence.
In fact, they've actually made a coin that has this image on it that says, no confidence, no chief.
Oh my gosh.
Yeah, that's bad.
Wow.
That's bad.
They didn't even do that when I was chief, and I had come from the outside.
I don't think they ever would have done that for you.
All right, 70 seconds.
All right, 70 seconds, standby.
- Wanna come in with anything?
- Yeah, come in with Omar.
- Omar cut...
- One, two.
- Two, cut two.
Oh yeah, 31 seconds long.
- Fredo.
Will you play me cut four as much as you can?
- Well, they're saying that Terry McAuliffe leave from earlier in the summer and even spring.
Has essentially disappeared.
It's a tie.
It's been a tie in several different polls over the last week, and there's another major poll coming out tomorrow morning that shows it dead even.
So I have to... If it were just one poll, I'd question the poll, but the fact is there have been so many polls saying this, and it's easy to see why, Don.
President Biden's ratings have sunk everywhere, and even in Virginia, which gave him a 10-point victory in 2020.
Uh, the Democrats in Congress, frankly, I think deserve more of the blame than President Biden.
Uh, this has been a clown car and they just can't stop commenting publicly and, and parading by the cameras and making it worse.
Okay.
All right.
Standby coming in with the other cut.
Yeah.
All right.
You're listening to America First with Dr. G.
What we must also recognize is that the reduction in policing currently in our city and the lawlessness that is happening is due to two things.
One, the police have chosen to not fulfill their oath of office and to provide The public safety they are owed to the citizens they serve.
Wow!
Wow, wow.
Ilhan Omar.
The rising crime in America is the result of the police not fulfilling their oath of office.
Has nothing to do with her and her compatriots wanting to defund the police and not support the police and pull them out when they're actually trying to protect American citizens in completely messed up places destroyed by Democrats like Portland.
Incredible.
Had to share that with you, especially since we are talking about law enforcement with our special guest Mark Morgan.
We like to share with you historic moments on this day in history.
Jim, former member of the intelligence community, thank you for sending me this email just moments ago.
On this day in history, a raid by US special forces in 2019 killed the quote-unquote caliphate, the caliph of the ISIS caliphate, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
Good job, well done, may he rot in hell forever.
We are back with former commissioner for the CBP, Customs and Border Protection Agency.
Let me just ask you, I wanted to talk about numbers and figures for illegals in the last 12 months, but that clip, it's the crime wave, the crime wave, Mark, is the fault of law enforcement officers.
Have you heard that?
Look, Sebastian, I'm going to be unprofessional here.
I'm going to admit it.
She's a clown.
I'm sorry.
There's no other adjective.
What she says to today's environment is of no moment to me.
But look, I'm actually glad that they continue to do that because I think they've over played their hand.
I think there's a lot of individuals in this country that are having buyer's remorse, that are finally being awakened to what the Democratic Party and the progressive left is doing to this country.
So I hope she keeps making ridiculous, dumb statements like that over and over again.
Yeah, no, that is helpful for those who believe and who want others to wake up to the truth if she continues to do things like that.
OK, let's talk about numbers again.
Two months ago, three months ago, we were looking at two million illegals crossing the border at the end of this year.
At this rate, it could be more, couldn't it, Mark?
Oh, it will be.
Look, the numbers are going to keep going down.
And here's another thing they continue to do, Sebastian.
So the headlines for September were the numbers have dipped.
But it's still almost 200,000.
They dipped from an all-time high, from an all-time high, from an all-time high.
The spin in outright lies is lunacy.
So this calendar year, it's going to far surpass 2 million.
And let's not forget, you know why the numbers dipped a little bit in September?
It's a secret.
Because more got away.
You know, go back to the 400,000.
And, Sebastian, what we don't talk about are the inadmissibles that come to the port of entry.
By definition, inadmissibles should not be allowed into the country, but because of this administration's policy, they are.
You can tack on another 100,000 to 150,000 otherwise inadmissible aliens that were allowed into the country, on top of the 600,000 that Border Patrol let in, on top of the 400,000 that got by.
I want to do it.
I've done it before.
I think it's super important.
It doesn't get enough play or people don't get you to do it.
We've got a minute left.
Mark Morgan, talk to the people who are listening right now.
We have people listening to this show who are working the border issues.
What is your message to the officers of the agency you just ran?
Look, to all my brothers and sisters out there, I continue to think about you every single day, continue to have the utmost respect, and I know the overwhelming majority of the American people do too, even though this president, this administration, your secretary, and your chief doesn't appear to feel the same way we do.
And I tell you what, you're heroes.
Every single day, as you're being vilified, you still get up, put the badge on your chest, and do everything to secure our borders and protect this nation.
Thank you for what you do every day.
Thank you, Mark Morgan, and I want to express our gratitude to you.
Mark, you're a big guy.
You're about as big as I am.
What size t-shirt do you wear, Morgan?

Breaking news.
The FDA has endorsed Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine for children as young as five.
Why on earth you would vaccinate a child when the mortality rate is 0.05?
Well, that's not explained by the FDA, but these are the dangerous times that we live in.

Show Mike some love and tell the left what you think of them.
Okay.
We seem to focus for...
Various reasons on the things that are most obvious in our immediate vicinity.
But it's not just Virginia.
It's not just Fairfax or Loudoun County.
The pushback against the extremists, the radicals, the indoctrinators is happening everywhere.
And I'm delighted to introduce you to a new organization and the lady who started it.
Thanks to my wife who's involved in these issues as well.
She's a huge fan of this lady.
The organization is No Left Turn In Education and her name is Yael Levine.
Yael, welcome to America First.
Thank you, Seb.
I did one correction.
I'm not the one who started the organization.
That was Dr. Ilana Iran-Fishbein.
She's in Philadelphia.
Correct.
I am the Virginia Chapter President and I'm also the Chief Technology and Communications Director for the National Organization.
Correct.
We had her on the show as well a few months ago, but thank you for the correction.
So tell us why you got involved with this organization or why you got involved with these issues at all.
Really, the start of my involvement was COVID.
When COVID hit, I'm in Virginia and the governor here shut our schools for well over a year.
And I opened my house to my children's friends.
I hosted a virtual learning pod for my children and their friends.
And I was always an involved mother, but I always kind of trusted the schools.
You know, the teachers went to school to learn how to teach and that they knew what they were doing.
And once I was holding the virtual learning pod in my house, I started to see what was happening, what my children were learning, and the direction that the school division was going into with the diversity, equity, and inclusion.
And I'm Jewish, and most of my mom's family was killed by the Nazis, and my children have very fair skin, and I will not have them be told that they're inherently racist just because they happen to be born with fair skin.
I also don't want their friends of color to be told that they can't ever amount to anything because they were born with dark skin.
So let's go a little bit beyond that.
So this is the new, this is the dog whistle.
These are the code phrases, the diversity, equity, inclusion.
Give us a sample of what your children or what these materials were spouting.
What were they saying?
Go a little bit beyond the CRT cliche.
I'll give you an example of ninth grade here in Hanover County in the Richmond area in Virginia, a science class.
In the science class, the teacher told the students with privilege and privilege examples, he gave the teacher gave examples, if you have two parents in the household, if you have someone doing help in your house, if you have if you're white of course.
Things like that if you have someone helping you with homework.
They told the kids with privilege to step forward and they told the kids with no privilege to step backwards and separated the class into oppressors and oppressed.
That's one example.
That's incredible.
The most recent thing is the Virginia Department of Health together with the CDC is assigning surveys to our high school and middle school students And the questions in their surveys, I just found out the questions yesterday and I called the school and the assistant principal said, no, I've never seen the questions.
And I said, you might want to take a look at those questions because they're not really appropriate.
It should be an opt-in rather than an opt-out, but it's only an opt-out.
And you know, it's one of those emails that they tell you about the survey at the end of the email.
Most parents don't read the emails fully, and so you can't opt out, but most parents will not know that they can opt out.
And the question, if you want to, I can go through a few examples.
They're disturbing to say the least.
For example, one of them is, uh, describe which statements You know, best describes you.
I like having friends who are exciting and outgoing.
Fine.
I'm not afraid to stand up for causes I believe in, like the environment or LGBTQ issues.
Okay?
So they're putting things in kid maps that, you know, might not necessarily be there.
Some people describe themselves as transgender when their sex at birth does not match the way they think or feel about their gender.
Are you transgender?
During the past 12 months, I've even tested for a sexually transmitted disease.
Did you drink alcohol or use drugs before you had sexual intercourse last time?
The last time you had sexual intercourse, did you or your partner use a condom?
You know, things that are just... You don't ask children.
I mean, they're still minors.
Yeah.
What do you say...
To those parents who feel that, well, I'm just one parent and I can't stop this.
No, no, it's not just one parent.
All over the country and Virginia and all over the country, parents are waking up and each and every one parent thinks that they're just one parent, but that is not the truth.
That's why an organization like ours, we're a true grassroots organization.
All of our people are volunteers.
And we do local chapters and then, you know, local and regional and state chapters.
In Virginia, we have multiple chapters.
There's always a way to find more people that are like you, and you need to not be afraid to speak up.
You need to reach out to us at noleftturn.us, and we will find your group, and you will lead the charge, and we will fight this.
Now, we're also, of course, you know, being called domestic terrorists by Garland and That was far too short.
School Board Association, and we're going to fight it because, no, we're not domestic terrorists.
I grew up in Israel.
I know what terror is really like.
You understand the reality.
Well, that was far too short.
We've got to get you back in studio for a longer discussion.
It's people like Yael that are going to make a difference, but you can be part of that The organization is No Left Turn Education.
The website is NoLeftTurn.us.
Go there.
Organize your chapter.
Together we can stop the radicals, those indoctrinating our children.
NoLeftTurn.us.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Can you call her back and say we lost her?
She just called back.
He just did, yeah.
Can you then text her and say I want to do a one-on-one with her?
Okay, alright.
What?
On Skype or in studio?
No, she's in Virginia.
She's in Richmond.
Oh, she is?
Yeah.
Then Skype.
Yeah, if she's got good Skype.
Okay.
Titles.
That one.
Do you know what they're asking your children?
Yep.
Know what they're asking your children.
Morgan.
Why the caravans are coming to America?
And then Bukhari.
The truth about Facebook.
Okay.
And also need a title for Chang, because I didn't get that yesterday.
China's plan for America.
Got it.
Alright, that's everything.
Which ones do you want to post a rumble?
Yeah, L.
Yeah.
Everything except Morgan.
Copy that.
Get 30 seconds.
Standing by.
Come in with cut four.
Cut four.
Copy that. Copy that.
Copy that.
They're saying that Terry McAuliffe's lead from earlier in the summer and even spring Has essentially disappeared.
It's a tie.
It's been a tie in several different polls over the last week, and there's another major poll coming out tomorrow morning that shows it dead even.
So I have to, if it were just one poll, I'd question the poll.
But the fact is, there have been so many polls saying this, and it's easy to see why, Don.
President Biden's ratings have sunk everywhere, and even in Virginia, which gave him a 10 point victory in 2020.
The Democrats in Congress, frankly, I think deserve more of the blame than President Biden.
This has been a clown car and they just can't stop commenting publicly and parading by the cameras and making it worse.
If you weren't watching that on Rumble, it's a shame, because Don Lemon's face was a sight to behold as somebody on his show was saying that Biden's a disaster, the Democrats in Congress are even worse.
He looked so constipated.
Mr. G, was that a delight to watch?
Oh, I love watching stuff like that, yes.
But his facial expressions, he's like, mmm.
That Sabato guy, has he got a good rep?
For leaning to the left, yeah.
Yeah, but what about for, you know, predicting stuff?
Decent, yeah.
And he's definitely a guy that's going to lean more to the left.
So if he's talking that bad about McAuliffe, things are definitely very close.
Yeah, they are.
It's an indicator of how bad things are that a left-wing pollster on CNN is saying that about Congress, the Democrats in Congress, and the president.
A president who...
I can't even explain what's going on with gas prices!
Up to more than seven dollars in some parts of California.
Steve Scalise nailed it.
Cut nine.
President Biden did a town hall meeting and he was asked what his answer is on the energy crisis.
How is he going to lower gas prices for families who are paying, in some cases, $100 to fill up their car and then their car, their credit card maxes out at $100 at the pump and they can't even fill up their car on $100.
And when the president was asked what his answer is, he said that he doesn't have a short term answer.
I think that's embarrassing that the President of the United States, when confronted with the biggest crisis that families are facing that he created, says that he doesn't have an answer to that problem.
You can talk about national security, China, Kabul, the Taliban taking over, but for most It's that hundred dollar tank of gas.
That's gonna be the issue they care about.
Because it's the most proximate, it's the most real, it's the most in their face.
We didn't even play that card, but as I was watching it, it caught me.
The man who sadly bears the title of President of the United States, the most powerful man in the world, has no answer for one of the most shocking things that every American has to deal with.
But that's who Sleepy Creepy is.
Getting back to the geopolitics, what does China think of it all?
Are they laughing about our supply chain crisis?
We'll ask the one and only Gordon Chang next.
The End
The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Anniversaries.
The import of remembering important events of bygone eras.
For me, as a child of the Cold War, of course the end of the Cold War changed my life, the life of my parents who were refugees from a communist regime in Europe.
But in the celebrations of those events, we forget all too readily what was happening in Asia.
And let's start with that.
We have a whole hour with one of the leading experts on the threat China poses to America in the United States, if not the world, with us.
And, Weedle, let's start with the footage of the so-called Tank Man, the eponymous individual In Tiananmen Square, 1989, as civilians, as students, protested the regime, hoping for some kind of velvet revolution, as was happening far away in Eastern Europe, in the Baltic states, in the land of my parents' birth.
But it was not to be.
That event was mercilessly crushed.
Hundreds if not thousands of innocent unarmed Chinese murdered by their own regime.
Today, that nation poses the greatest strategic threat to this nation, a threat we have to understand, and we have the right person to help us.
A very good friend of the show, he is the author of the US-China Tech War, Gordon Chang.
Welcome back to America First One-on-One.
Thank you so much, Seb.
I really appreciate the opportunity.
Let's flip our discussion a little bit from what we did last time.
You gave a very powerful rendition of why you, why your wife are so vested in your Twitter account.
It's a Philip for me.
It recharges my batteries.
When I see Gordon G Chang on my timeline daily, you just hammer home.
The iniquity, the evil nature of this regime.
You said that at the end of our discussion last time, and it was very powerful, very moving.
For those who missed it, for the millions listening to this show right now, will you explain why this is not only the burning issue for you and your wife, but why this should be the burning issue for all who love freedom?
Well, Beijing believes that it is the only sole legitimate government in the world, and they're using the most malicious tactics.
You know, we live in a democracy, Seb, and we have a hard time understanding the concept of evil.
Well, in China, we are seeing evil tactics.
Whether it's the deliberate spread of COVID-19 beyond China's borders, whether it's the sale of fentanyl, which is a Chinese Communist Party project.
When we look at all of these things, that's the only term that I can think of that describes the regime.
And it is by far the most important threat to freedom and democracy and to the United States.
Personally, my dad came from China in 1945.
He landed in San Pedro, Port of Los Angeles.
He had a Chinese government scholarship.
That was the nationalist government that eventually fled to Taiwan.
The Kuomintang?
Yeah, the Kuomintang.
KMT, people call it.
And he was permitted to stay in the United States, a generous country, you know, during the middle of the Chinese Civil War, could have sent him back, but didn't.
So to me, it's personal.
And to my wife, it's even more personal, because she grew up in a colony.
Now, that was Hong Kong that was British.
Um, it was relatively benign, um, as a colonial master, but nonetheless, everyone wants to grow up free.
And she didn't have that opportunity until she came to this country, until she became a citizen.
And that is the, that was defines her.
And that's what defines me.
I want to talk about all of these issues, why it really is the paragon of evil, what happened in 1948, the significance of Taiwan today.
But for a second, given your wife's background, how much of a geo-strategic tragedy of epic proportions is what has happened to Hong Kong in the last decade, Gordon?
What's important here is that Hong Kong was a free and vibrant society.
It was, as I mentioned, it was a colony of Britain, but the British were relatively hands-off.
And then in 1997, pursuant to the 1984 Joint Declaration between China and the United States, Britain, as I said, handed it over to the People's Republic.
And right now it has become very much, despite promises of autonomy for 50 years under the one country, two systems formula, this high degree of autonomy has now disappeared.
China on June 30 of last year imposed its national security law on Hong Kong and has now stifled almost all political dissent there.
And because Beijing is starting to feel relatively comfortable about Hong Kong, it now has more time and more energy and more focus on Taiwan.
And it's just moving from society to society.
Because Beijing has made it very clear that they will rule the world.
And Seb, it's not just our world we're talking about.
Chinese officials now are so bold to say in public that they believe that the moon and Mars should be part of the People's Republic of China.
So we're talking about the most ambitious, most aggressive regime ever in history.
Well, we'll talk about those plans momentarily.
We're talking to Gordon Chang.

Recent headlines with regards to Taiwan are incredibly disturbing for anybody who understands the significance of the overflights.
More than 50 military vehicles in one incursion over the airspace.
of Taiwan, which, albeit, is a very broad definition of airspace, but it is a sign of force, it is a sign of intimidation.
For those who don't know the history of the Kuomintang, of Mao, of 1948, of Formosa and Taiwan, will you explain the litmus test potential and why Taiwan should be of concern to all those who believe in free nations?
Taiwan was once ruled by Chiang Kai-shek of the Kuomintang.
He lost the Chinese Civil War to Mao Zedong of the Communist Party, and Chiang fled to Taiwan, and so this is an unresolved civil war.
The People's Republic talks about the reunification of China and Taiwan, but that's a really incorrect term because the People's Republic has never ruled Taiwan.
As a matter of fact, If you look at Chinese history, Taiwan has never been ruled with indisputable sovereignty by a Chinese regime.
Both were ruled by the Qing Dynasty, but the Qing Dynasty was considered to be foreign by Chinese, and the San Francisco Treaty, which ended most aspects of Second World War, did not give indisputable sovereignty to the Kuomintang.
People in Taiwan now believe that they're not Chinese, that they self-identify as Taiwanese.
And the reason why this is important for us, Seb, is because since the 19th century, we Americans have drawn our Western defense perimeter off the coast of East Asia.
Taiwan is in the center of that critical line, is where the South China Sea and East China Sea meet.
But even more important than that, Taiwan is a vibrant democracy.
At a time when Beijing is attacking democracies and the concept of democracy, we can't afford to lose something as important as Taiwan.
One more thing, after the fall of Kabul, our allies were disheartened by the failure of the Biden administration.
And so Taiwan has become now the key test of American resolve.
If we let China take it, we're not going to have allies in East Asia.
We're not even going to have allies in Europe that are worth anything, because people are now looking at the Biden administration so closely over Taiwan.
The former Soviet way of testing is to constantly probe, to fly deeper, to fly more.
Is this what you expect in the coming days and weeks, that they're just going to push more and more and more until it's too late?
Yeah, they're going to continue to push.
This is just typical Chinese and actually typical communist foreign policy.
You know, as Stalin said, with the bayonet, you go as far as you can.
And if you hit flesh, you keep going.
If you hit bone, you pull back.
So this really has been the lesson that communist foreign policy has taken on board, and it is the core of communist foreign policy.
And that's exactly what Beijing is doing right now.
And we know that Beijing doesn't respect the United States.
After the fall of Kabul, we saw this in propaganda narratives that the United States could never counter China because we couldn't deal with the Taliban.
They said that Taiwan would fall in hours if Beijing attacked and the U.S.
wouldn't come to its defense.
And this is not just Afghanistan, because in the middle of March, China sent its top two diplomats to Anchorage to meet Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and young Josh, sure, the number one diplomat of China, said very clearly the United States could not talk to China, quote, from a position of strength.
So Beijing has been telling us exactly how it feels.
Yeah, absolutely shocking.
We've used that footage again and again and again.
It is utterly disturbing how that man just did not stand up to the Communist Chinese dictatorship.

We have to mention, because it is back in the news again, Gordon, Wuhan, the coronavirus...
Now there's even talk of the Nipah virus being involved in one shape or another.
My take, as somebody who's worked in a post-communist nation for 15 years, whose parents escaped a communist nation, we will, as long as there is a communist Party in China running that dictatorship, we will never ever know the truth.
Unless, of course, there is a high-level defector that brings the goods out.
Are we condemned to just constantly hear the prevarications and the propaganda?
Or do you think at some point we will find out whether or not it was artificially created, whether or not it was a leak or a weaponization?
What's your prognosis?
Yeah, I think we will eventually find out, Seb, but it'll take a little while.
And it's precisely for the reason you said.
We have had some very brave Chinese souls actually put themselves at risk to come tell us what happened, like Dr. Li Mingyong, who fled from Hong Kong after being threatened.
We have heard these voices.
But the other thing, of course, is that this virus leaves a trail.
And for instance, there are unusual combinations of amino acids, like the double CGG sequence, which does not occur in nature.
It only occurs after gene splicing.
So, we're getting a pretty clear picture about where this came from, and I'm sure that within a couple of years, we will have even more.
But there's one thing we know, Seb, 100%.
That regardless of where this disease came from, Xi Jinping took decisions that deliberately spread this virus beyond China's borders.
He lied about contagiousness.
While locking down his own country, he forced other countries to accept arrivals from China without restrictions, without quarantines.
That's what spread this disease.
And this is the first time in history that one nation has attacked all the others.
That we know, 100% today.
That's a fascinating, utterly fascinating way of looking at the last two years.
And it's absolutely correct.
Not only that, the discrepancy between how he dealt with this domestically, the lockdowns, welding people into their homes, and then seeding the world with Chinese quote-unquote tourists who are infected.
Not only that, Gordon, I don't know if he has a sense of humor.
Is this murderous individual, Xi Jinping, is he laughing when Western nations look at Beijing and say, these are the health policy procedures that must be emulated, such as isolating, locking down, quarantining for the first time in medical history healthy people.
Does that put a wry smile on the face of the CCP?
Well, I think that it does for the reason that they want to weaken the rest of the world, which is the reason why Xi Jinping spread this disease beyond China's borders.
And so they see us, as you say, really undermining our economy, our society, taking a whole generation of kids and just China has this doctrine of comprehensive national power.
It's a series of metrics they borrowed from the Soviet Union to measure the relative strength of countries.
And of course, China wants to be number one.
That I don't have a problem with.
Every country should want to be number one.
But there's two ways to get to be number one.
You strengthen your own country, which of course every country should do, or you weaken everybody else.
And what China did with the coronavirus, and it's continuing to do today, is try to weaken everybody else.
Let's talk about Xi Jinping in a second.
Talk to us about the nature of this country today.
Because when we arrived in office in the White House, people didn't know it.
But if you looked at actual purchasing parity, the power of purchasing power, comparatively, the Chinese economy was bigger than ours.
By the end of the Trump administration wasn't because of the effective Trump trade war.
But it was truly stupendous what they had affected as a communist dictatorship.
What is China today?
Is it a Bastardized version of communism where all the big companies that make billions are in fact tied to the party or is it as some have explained an interwoven incestuous combination of the party and certain very rich party affiliated families?
How is it best for an outsider who's never lived in a dictatorship to understand the nature of this beast?
It's a semi-totalitarian society.
A lot of people say, China's authoritarian.
You could maybe make the argument that two decades ago, it was authoritarian.
But Xi Jinping has really changed that.
For instance, he's trying to put in place this nationwide social credit system, Which gives every Chinese citizen a score which is constantly updated based upon observed behaviours.
Let's stop there for a second because I don't think enough people understand this and we're seeing elements of this being introduced here in America with certain people's bank accounts being cancelled, you know, Mike Flynn's wife because She's Mike Flynn's wife.
Social credit sounds innocuous, but we're talking about a blacklist.
If you don't think and behave right, then the government puts you in a sin bin where you can't fly, you potentially can't travel, you don't go to college.
It is truly an Orwellian system that's already in place, is it not?
Yes, it is Orwellian.
I think that they had a goal of getting it fully in place by last year.
I don't think that they've met it, but they are making fast advances actually to putting it in place.
Because what they did was they took a number of local experiments and they, with a lot of technology and surveillance cameras and things, are actually bolting it down.
And really what this does, as you point out, is if you have a low social credit score, you can't get a mortgage, you can't send your kids to private school, you can't get a bus ticket.
So as Chinese officials have explicitly said, that those with high scores can do what they want.
Those who have low scores can't even move beyond their front door.
And so really, this is the ultimate of lockdowns.
And this system is being put in place with something like 500 million surveillance cameras, as some people say.
We can argue about the number of hundreds of millions of cameras they have, but it is somewhere between 250 and 500 million cameras today.
And they've got all the other elements of a coercive society.
You've got the great firewall, which is the internet controls, the most sophisticated set of them in the world that separates China from the rest of the world.
And Xi Jinping is actually closing off China from the rest of the world by making sure that foreign apps, foreign sites don't have any access to the Chinese people.
So really we're moving towards in China to something that Mao Zedong would be familiar with, which is full on totalitarianism.
They're not there yet, but they're moving very fast toward that goal. - And we'll talk about it in a second, But this giant firewall, the fact that you can't, you know, quote unquote, Google Tiananmen Square massacre and get any results if you're in China and you're Chinese, is in large part facilitated, is actually a We're talking to Gordon Chang, author of The Great US-China Tech War.

The Great U.S.-China Tech War Let's jump straight in.
We just mentioned it.
Explain why you used this phrase for your latest publication.
You can find Gordon's work at gordonchang.com.
What is this great tech war between America and China?
And how does this quote-unquote company Huawei fit into it?
China wants to dominate all the world's technologies.
And we saw a hint of this in their Made in China 2025 initiative, which they took 10 critical sectors and said that they wanted to be self-sufficient, and they wanted to have the world's best technology in them.
They added an 11th sector, which was 5G, the fifth generation of wireless communication.
That's the Internet of Things.
That's where you have everything connected to the Internet, including your front door, your car, your pacemaker, you know, just everything.
And Huawei was their national champion.
It was the world's number one maker of telecom networking gear.
And until the Trump administration got a hold of it, it was looking like it was going to wire the entire world.
Why this is important is because if you can wire the world, You can steal the world's data, and if you steal the world's data, you put it into artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence systems, even if their technology isn't as good as ours, and there's a debate about that, but even if it isn't, AI systems run on data, and China can put all the data in the world into it, and we're a democracy, so we have pretty strict restrictions on what we can feed into our AI systems.
And that means with better AI, China will have more efficient manufacturing, it will have better nuclear weapons, you name it.
So Huawei is at the center of that.
And the Trump administration put Huawei on the Commerce Department's entity list, which means that American companies cannot conduct transactions with Huawei without a prior license from Commerce in areas which are covered by the Export Administration rules, which are pretty extensive.
So that's why Huawei is important.
Let me attempt to illustrate this in layman's terms.
What we're talking about is if Microsoft, if IBM, if Google, if Nokia were all hoovering up the data that they do and giving it to the American government and the American government, all of it, all of it, and the American government were a communist dictatorship.
That's the analogy, correct?
Absolutely.
And you know, you put your finger on something really important, and that is that China has been able to do this with American technology.
With Cisco, which helped build the great firewall, which we just talked about.
With Microsoft, which is providing facial recognition technology.
With a host of American universities that are advising China in Xinjiang, where the Turkic minorities are, the Uyghurs and the Kazakhs.
This has really been a project of American business that have built a semi-totalitarian, soon-to-be totalitarian system in China.
Talk to us, we've mentioned him several times already, how does Xi Jinping fit into this?
Is he comparable to prior communist dictators in China?
The change he made to the constitution a couple of years ago, is he just the new face of the communist emperor?
How does he fit into everything that we're discussing?
Xi Jinping has grabbed enormous power since he's been General Secretary of the Communist Party since November 2012.
Mao Zedong, the founder of the People's Republic, for a time was a complete dictator.
He had much more power than anybody else.
He was able to make decisions on his own.
What we saw after that with his successors, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao, is the Communist Party at the top became consensual, which meant that the senior leaders, a handful of them, five or six, seven, sometimes fewer than that, decisions that were made in China were shared by everybody, which meant that nobody got too much credit, nobody got too much blame.
Xi Jinping, when he became General Secretary, grabbed power from everybody else.
And the system was no longer consensual.
And this means that Xi Jinping has clearly almost complete accountability.
And that's great if you're Xi Jinping in 2017, where everything is going China's way, because you get all the credit, because these are your policies.
Nobody else can claim credit.
But in 2021, if you're Xi Jinping, and your policies are being blamed across the board, it's not very good to be Xi Jinping, which means this guy now has a very low threshold of risk, Seb, because not only does he have near complete accountability, he also has raised the cost of losing political struggles.
When he took over in 2012, if you lost a political struggle in Beijing, you got a nice house.
And now what's happened is you lose political power, you go to jail, you lose your assets, who knows what happens.
So Xi Jinping right now has a very, very low threshold, which means he can surprise us because he's extremely dangerous.
It's good to be king when everything's working well.
When it isn't, it's not good to be king and things can get very dicey very quickly.

it's it time We've mentioned it once.
Let's drill down on it for a moment.
The Muslim population, the Uyghurs, a deal was made back in 1947 between Mao and the Muslim population, asked for their assistance and he said, I'd give you autonomy.
He welched on that.
There's been a to and fro for 60 years since then.
What is the reality when people hear the phrase slave labor camps and forced organ donation?
A lot of people glaze over and say that's not possible anywhere in the world.
How bad is it in China if you're from the wrong ethnic or religious or political group, Gordon?
Yeah, they've got detention centers in what they call the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, which is the northwest part of the country, and which the Uyghurs believe is East Turkestan, an independent state.
In those detention camps, there have been somewhere between 1 to 3.3 million people.
And Seb, although they don't have an extermination campaign like the Third Reich, We know that Uyghurs and Kazakhs are dying in large numbers because they're building crematoria next to those camps.
Now, in addition to that, China has a policy which is essentially institutionalized rape.
Officials rape Uyghur women, and this is part of what Beijing wants.
You mentioned slave labor.
China has industrialized slavery.
What they have done is they've taken the Turkic minorities and they offer their labor to foreign and domestic companies around the country.
To give you an example, there's a company that you may have heard of, which is called Nike, which by the way, likes to lecture the American people on racism.
Well, through a sub-Korean contractor who they have had a relationship over the course of decades.
They had a factory, which looked like a concentration camp in Qingdao, which is the northeastern part of that country, where Nike shoes were being made.
And that means that these Uyghur women were transported 1,000 miles across China to work in a prison-like facility, which means that Nike was taking advantage of slave labor.
But this is even worse.
This is slave labor of a racial and religious and ethnic minority.
So You know, when Nike tells you about racism in America, we all need to just say Qingdao.
They were using slave labor of a racial minority.
Isn't there a broader point to be made here?
We're talking to Gordon Chang.
Follow him, GordonChang.com and Gordon G. Chang on Twitter, author of The Great U.S.-China Tech War.
Isn't there a larger issue here?
You know, I'm biased.
My dad escaped from a communist political prison.
But isn't there a moral aspect to all of this?
It's not just the state of the American economy and buying garbage goods made in China that, you know, break after three minutes.
Why are we doing trade at... Is it unrealistic to raise the question, why on earth are we doing any trade with a nation that has institutionalized slave labor?
I mean, it's morally wrong.
We didn't go through all the things that Beijing is doing to the Uyghurs and the Kazakhs.
Yeah, this is morally wrong.
We have an administration right now.
President Biden loves multilateral organizations and multilateral treaties and the rest of it.
Well, we're a party to the Genocide Convention of 1948, which requires us to prevent and to punish acts of genocide.
And we know that because in Article 2, what China is doing constitutes genocide under the convention.
So even if we didn't have a moral bone in our body, we have a legal obligation.
But this is horrific.
We are seeing atrocities which are comparable to what the Third Reich did prior to the mass exterminations that began in 1941.
I mean, this is There are no words to describe this.
So, Seb, we shouldn't be trading with China for this reason alone.
There are other reasons, but for this reason alone.
Well, and then COVID-19 and everything else.
Talk to us for a moment, Gordon, the state of the church, the state of the underground Christian movement.
It isn't just Muslims who are in trouble.
What's the status of people who believe in Jesus if they live in communist China?
Xi Jinping is going after all faith.
You know, people like to say, well, you know, Uyghurs in the Kazakhs, they're Muslims, they're ethnic minorities, that's why they're doing that.
And then other people say, well, you know, they're just going after foreign religions like Christianity.
But Seb, they're going after Buddhists, which are considered to be a Chinese religion.
So this is a real attempt to eliminate all faith.
So China has been taking crosses off churches.
It's been demolishing churches.
It's been reinterpreting the Bible.
It's been putting pictures of Xi Jinping in place of those of Jesus Christ in altars.
It has been putting Christians in jail.
They now got these mobile transformation centers where Christians are put into dark basements for months at a time and being tortured.
to force them to give up their faith.
But there's a good story here, and that is, despite all that Beijing is doing, they're losing when it comes to house Christians.
There's perhaps maybe 112,000, maybe 120,000 Christians in China, most of them in unofficial, what they call house congregations.
Yes.
Informal gatherings of Christians.
Beijing can't control this.
And basically in the fight between Christianity and Communism, Christianity is winning.
120,000?
Is that all?
120 million.
Million.
Yes.
That's what I thought.
Yeah.
120 million.
That sounds like it.
That's exciting.
That's exciting.
Guys, let me give you a very simple suggestion.
Let's start at home.
Let's start not buying products made in a communist dictatorship, the biggest in the world, one that has persecution of our brethren in Christ, persecution of those that are politically suspect because they're not communists.
Stop buying Chinese products.
One place where we have guaranteed that only U.S.
products are sold is on our website.

That's SebGorkaStore.com.
It's an easy way to start, and then you can be a little bit more sophisticated when you're buying something.
Look at it, see where it's made, but start with one place where we guarantee it is all made in America.

We've just got a couple of minutes left, Gordon.
I know President Trump is running.
He will get the nomination.
If we can prevent voter fraud, he will become the 47th President of the United States.
Unless Kamala comes in in between and then he'll be the 48th.
Either way, he'll be back in the White House.
What has to happen day one?
Of course, he'll just flick the switch and he'll reinvigorate all the things he did with regards to China when we were in the White House.
But things have developed since then.
We've got a supply chain disaster, 200,000 containers off the coast of California.
What else needs to be done?
What else would you like?
If you were there in the Oval, what would you tell President Trump is the next phase of dealing with this threat?
invoke the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977, or I would prefer invoke the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917 to do what you talked about before, which is to cut trade, to prevent investment into China, to throw out China's agents in the U.S., to prevent investment into China, to throw out China's agents in the U.S., to prevent Chinese nationals from our country from committing espionage, to end all technical cooperation agreements with China, and to prevent China from buying any of our companies,
But also, one final thing, and that's reciprocity.
I mean, China doesn't allow our media into China, so why do we allow Chinese media into our country?
China bans our apps.
Why do we allow TikTok in our country?
One of the things that President Trump did was to ban TikTok and WeChat, although that was overturned by the Biden administration.
And finally, you know, we can't have a Reagan Institute in China.
So why do we allow Confucius Institutes on our college and university campuses?
And by God, we've got to get rid of the 500 Confucius classrooms in our secondary school.
We must impose reciprocity.
My expectation would be if that were done, if the 1917 law were invoked, if we demanded reciprocity, if we played even harder hardball, I think the international community would follow.
Do you concur, Gordon?
Yes, they're going to have to follow because of the strength of the US economy.
You know, everybody says, Seb, that China is the engine of global growth.
Well, yes, China has had growth.
Not now.
Has had growth.
But it's not the engine of global growth.
Because to be the engine of global growth, you've got to buy the goods and services of other countries to create growth elsewhere.
That's the U.S.
because we run these trade deficits.
And by the way, China, with its criminal and predatory trade policies, takes growth from other countries.
So other countries need us because we are the engine of global growth.
Their economy needs ours.
I wish we could continue.
We're out of time, but you will be back.
I just want to say thank you again to you, to Lydia, to constantly telling the truth with courage.
This isn't a question of economics or national security alone.
It is primarily a moral question.
And given the nature of what this nation represents as the only one founded on individual freedom and liberty, it's time to change how we deal with the world's largest communist dictatorship.
God bless you.
