Time Text
1938.
What was happening in the world in 1938?
Well, the war in Europe was about to begin.
Hitler in 1938 affected the Anschluss of Austria.
Without a shot being fired, he gobbled up Austria, the German-speaking nation, into the Third Reich.
We have the Sudetenland, we have the impending fake invasion from Poland, and then we have World War II begin.
20 years, a generation from the Great War, the war to end all wars.
Whilst World War II would lead to the death of 60 million people, most of them civilians, Would lead to the murder of at least six million Jews in Hitler's death camps and gas chambers.
It took us.
It took America.
A while to get engaged.
There was a strong isolationist streak.
We were, of course, thousands and thousands of miles away.
So we had to be convinced by our president that this was the right thing to do.
That the fascism of the Third Reich was kith and kin to the imperialism of Japan.
And when, of course, Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, the debate was over.
We engaged, and we became the most powerful nation the world has ever seen.
And eventually, Hitler and his allies would be crushed.
But before we joined World War II... Hi, this is Sebastian Gawker, and this is America First.
I always forget to do that.
This is Salem Radio, and you're listening to me, Sebastian Gawker.
In 1938, something happened here that was significant, at least in a cultural sense.
In April, a comic book, Action Comics, Issue 1, was published with a cover date of June.
That's what comics do.
And it had a story about a strange alien.
Not like me, not a legal alien from another country, but one from another planet.
From Krypton.
Kal-El, a child who arrived here after his parent planet was blown up.
A man whose body chemistry, whose molecular structure meant that he would be faster, stronger, more powerful than any living thing on the planet.
And he was introduced in Action Comics issue number one as Superman.
Now, on the face of it, he's kind of, what is it, a Mary Sue?
Character who's hard to love.
Why?
Because he's perfect!
There's no weaknesses there.
There's no frailties.
There's no second-guessing.
There's no Achilles heel, apart from Kryptonite, the rock, okay, that would be invented later.
But internally, in his psyche, in his physique, he can run faster than a speeding train.
Bound over tall buildings.
Catch speeding bullets.
So what was there to like about this man?
Who became, I think it's fair to say, the most popular fictional character of Western culture outside of maybe, who, Sherlock Holmes?
I think it's fair to say that there are three, maybe three fictional characters that have captured the hearts of billions of people across the globe.
First, Sherlock Holmes.
Second, Superman.
And from the land of my birth, a certain naval commander with the coward name 007.
Are there characters more famous than that in fiction?
Sherlock Holmes, Superman, and Jimmy Bond?
I don't think so.
So what was it?
Everybody knows why Sherlock Holmes is impressive.
That mind.
The things he can divine in a moment of just paying attention.
Ah yes, you served in Afghanistan, you were injured in your left knee and you were recently widowed.
I mean, just these things he picks up in first meeting someone.
And of course, James Bond.
Why is James Bond popular?
Because every man wants to be him.
The gallivanting playboy.
The killer.
Hard as nails.
Who beds the beautiful women.
But what's attractive about... How can you relate to... You got... How can you relate to somebody who came from another planet?
Who was blown up?
It's hard, isn't it?
He's perfect!
How do you relate to perfect people?
In America...
You relate to Superman.
Why?
It's easy, really, if you think about it.
What is he wearing?
He's not like Batman, who's scary, who takes on the animal guise of one of the most creepy mammals out there, the bat.
Ooh, fly, flying mice.
Not very sexy, right?
Hides in the dark, uses the shadows to intimidate the criminals.
Superman stands there on the top of the building, arms akimbo.
In what colours?
Red.
And blue.
Why?
Because we related to him.
Because he is America.
He may be an illegal alien, but he is America in his values.
And that became a tagline.
Truth.
The American way.
That's what's associated with him.
More than any other superhero.
He is America!
Captain America's trying, but nah, not so much.
It's Superman.
That's why kids have loved him.
Adults have loved him.
When I saw Superman, I was what?
Eight years old and I saw Christopher Reeve.
You believed a man could fly.
And I wanted to be an American.
And now I am.
But they've killed it.
They killed James Bond in the new movie.
Sorry guys, spoilers.
I've seen it.
It's crap.
Don't waste your time.
Literally, they killed James Bond.
Dead!
Gone!
Because, I guess, what?
He was too sexy?
Too toxic in his masculinity?
Gone!
Now they've done it with the Superman franchise.
I posted this yesterday.
Turned my Instagram on fire!
The image!
of Superman in a homosexual kiss.
Because DC Comics, I guess they don't want to sell comics.
And now the new Superman, the son of Kal-El, is going to come out as gay, or as Jeff pointed out, I guess he's bi, right?
Whatever.
Who cares?
But here's the bottom line.
This is beautiful.
I hope Media Madness is writing this one up.
Hey, Zacky Poo, are you typing?
How many homosexuals, how many gay people are there in society?
1%?
1.5%?
Let's be generous.
Let's double it.
3%!
3% of America are gay.
And the gay people I know, they don't rub it in your face.
It's just a thing they do.
It's private.
It's not an agenda they gotta ram in your face.
Say, look, this is me!
It's the radical fraction of that 2%.
The loud screamers.
The identity politics harridans.
So why are you trying to placate a fraction of 2%?
Stump business sense, really.
Means you're weak.
It's not courageous to have a gay Superman.
It's the opposite!
You're a panderer!
R.I.P.
Commander Bond.
R.I.P.
Kal-El.
Rest in peace, Superman.
Did not disappoint.
That was fun.
Glad I didn't have to be the one to spoil the new James Bond movie.
I just read the plot online.
Is that right?
Who's more popular?
Superman, Sherlock Holmes, Jimmy Bond.
That's it, right?
I don't know.
Captain America's popular now.
I bet I don't think it's on the same level.
My son's being Captain America for Halloween.
Oh yeah?
Has he got a shield?
I think so.
He just got it today.
Did I tell you about the Incredible Hulk?
He's got into the Incredible Hawk.
This is how far we've come.
Your son?
Yeah.
So I was on YouTube when we were on the plane and there was a cartoon.
I think it was like 82, 83.
It's Incredible Hawk.
But in it, Incredible Hawk's got to go get someone because there's some force that's so powerful that the guy was able to defeat Bruce Jenner.
It was unbelievable.
What?
Yes, that was because he was like, you know, he was like the biggest athlete in the planet.
So it was like, it was so scary because this guy was able to defeat Bruce Jenner.
So the Incredible Hulk had to go get him.
But what was this?
This is a comic book, a cartoon?
It's a cartoon.
It was from 82, 83.
I didn't even know they made a cartoon.
I know, I didn't either.
So does this mean that because of your son, you're finally getting into science fiction and fantasy?
No, because I was trying to think.
Do it for your kids!
I have a very good memory.
I don't remember myself watching cartoons.
Really?
Not even like Looney Tunes?
That's un-American!
You said 8 years old?
I was done with cartoons by then.
I'm sure I did it at some point, but I really don't remember.
So what did you do?
Were you like doing the flower arranging?
At 8 is when I started getting into sports.
So before that, I don't know.
I loved cartoons.
I mean, you name it.
From Penelope Pitstop to Space Sentinels to Batman.
You name it.
Scooby-Doo.
I know I watched He-Man at one point.
Did you not watch Scooby-Doo?
No, that was boring.
I remember that.
I was He-Man at one point, but that was it.
He-Man?
That's good, that's good.
But that was younger.
We'll give you credit.
We'll give you credit for He-Man.
It's ringing on the far end, waiting for Mr. Solomon to pick up.
And then you kind of answered your own question.
You pointed out Superman as kind of a Mary Sue character.
That's why Batman's better.
He's a much more complex character.
I much prefer Batman.
Oh, yeah.
But Superman is number one.
Why?
In terms of fame, yeah.
Listen to my monologue if you want to know why.
What about Spider-Man?
Yeah, Spider-Man, but he's not as big.
Not as big.
I was a big Spider-Man kid.
I think that's generationally, though.
I watched the Peter Parker TV show, the Spider-Man TV show in the 70s.
I was a massive, massive Spider-Man fan as a kid.
What do you think of all the reboots?
I haven't even seen the... I don't know, I think it's... The first one was okay.
Yeah, every movie nowadays you have to take with a grain of salt because everything's got this baked in garbage.
We saw James Bond at the weekend, it was like... I'm not gonna watch it.
It's Mr. Solomon!
Hey guys, happy Tuesday.
Happy Tuesday!
How we doing?
We're good.
We're one day further from socialism.
You mean one day closer?
No, no, I think we've made progress in the opposite direction today.
Alright, why?
One minute, one minute.
There's a lot of good investigations going on.
Alright, so you sent me the Georgia stuff, you sent me Wisconsin, what do you want to talk about?
Well, also we should talk about the fact that there are now five states that are going to allow non-citizens, foreigners, to vote in elections.
We could talk about that.
Okay.
That's what we did over the weekend.
Okay.
But the election front is very interesting right now.
Okay, good.
Okay.
Can we also talk about Durham subpoenas?
Sure.
Okay.
Absolutely.
Forty seconds.
Thirty-five seconds.
Yeah.
Thirty seconds.
We need to get you back on the Newsmax show to talk about Durham.
Great.
Anytime you want.
Okay.
That'd be great.
What's that?
I didn't hear you.
20 seconds.
Standby.
Mr. Sullivan?
We'll meet the mics and we'll come in here in just a minute.
Standby.
Can you come in with cut 2?
Cut 2.
Coming in with cut 2.
Thank you.
Come in and cut you.
Bye-bye.
Bye-bye.

John, welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you, Sam.
I love that t-shirt.
That was pretty fun.
Okay, stop, stop, stop, stop.
We're going to send you one.
In the break between these two segments, I'm going to get your size and your mailing address and we're going to send you a couple of Let's Go Brandons.
Okay, that's done.
OK, we have to talk about all the amazing election news.
You've been texting me breaking stories.
We'll cover those in a second.
Got to talk about the latest subpoenas from the John Durham investigation.
But if I may, I'm just curious, out of personal curiosity, what's your take?
People have played the video again and again and again of the original Let's Go Brandon, where the TV presenter pauses To allow the stadium to shout what they shouted.
She knew what she was doing, don't you think, John?
As an experienced journalist.
She was having fun there, wasn't she?
Yeah, she was, or she was trying to cover for what she thought was an embarrassing moment.
Listen, Let's Go Brandon is this generation's Yankee Doodle Dandy, right?
Yankee Doodle Dandle was written to mock King George, and this is the perfect example of mocking all the censorship, all of the craziness in America.
Media can't tell even an honest story about what's being said in the stands, but the American people get it, and they're having fun with it, and sometimes humor is the greatest weapon in politics.
I love that, I love that.
It's our Yankee Doodle Dandy.
It's how we point out that the Emperor isn't just naked, he's also senile.
That's what Let's Go Brandon means.
OK, let's get serious.
Story after story, tell us what's happening at justthenews.com when it comes to the various states and election audits.
Yeah, a lot of important things going on.
So the most important story I wrote today has to do with Wisconsin, which is the next state up for a major investigation.
A retired Supreme Court Justice, Mike Gableman, in charge.
He has more subpoena power, more compulsory power than any other prior audit.
And he has zeroed in, and I think after a year of reporting on election integrity, what I think may be the most important issues.
This election was changed by Democrats who changed the rules during COVID.
They allowed votes to be counted that previously wouldn't be counted.
They allowed votes to be gathered and cast in ways that they weren't ever cast before or counted.
And he is going to get to the heart of that.
There's a lot of subpoenas going out right now.
This is the investigation of all the ones that we've had up to date.
This is the one that has the potential to have the most impact because the playbook, the one that David Plouffe referred to in his book, Their playbook gets exposed through testimony, through documents.
We're going to see how Democrats did backdoor harvesting of ballots, how they treated paper ballots as though they were junk mail, how they had election clerks changing ballots, adding signatures in the witness area when someone forgot to do it.
All of that really happened in Wisconsin, and people are going to get to see it for the first time.
And Georgia, there are reports, this request to the DOJ, that records or ballots were destroyed before... Why would you do... I mean, the regulations are clear, aren't they, John, in each of these states?
They are.
And remember, just a couple of months ago, it was Merrick Garland at the Justice Department telling, hey, any of you auditors, you conservative auditors, if you destroy a document, the Justice Department's coming for you.
Well, guess what?
Democratic election officials in the Democratic stronghold of Fulton County, they just destroyed at least 300 ballot applications.
Will the Justice Department look at it?
We know the Secretary of State Raffensperger is.
And if I were going to create a t-shirt today, remember Brad Raffensperger's claim that Georgia was the perfect election?
I think that Georgia should have, we're the imperfect election state because we're finding all those imperfections after the fact.
You know, you got Fulton County about to be put into receivership.
You've got DeKalb County now with possible serious custody, chain of custody problems with ballots that were dropped in drop boxes.
We're learning that Georgia, the big municipalities in Georgia, had big election problems.
It wasn't a perfect election last November.
No, let's look about, look at the scenario further.
These things take so much time.
The audits themselves, whether a canvas is done, which is potentially even more labor-intensive, then of course court challenges as well.
What is your expectation?
We have the Delta variant being used as an excuse to cancel Christmas before there's a backtrack.
Given the last year and a half, Will there not be the temptation from the left again to say, well, you know, the Delta Epsilon Gamma variant and we have to mail out ballots again?
Or will these audits have some traction, John, in your expectation?
Well, listen, in Virginia right now, Democrats are starting to try that in the large urban areas like Fairfax County, where they're trying to get exclusions to the rules.
Glenn Youngkin has built the best election integrity team I've ever seen a candidate build.
Former military people, former experts, they're all trained and they're proactively stopping things.
It was very hard for Donald Trump, after the election, to go back and say, you shouldn't have allowed that.
In Virginia, Glenn Youngkin is catching these things in real time.
He's the model for future elections.
John, that's fabulous news and I think I know some of the people, former military, who are involved in that.
But shouldn't that be the GOP or the RNC's job?
Well, that's the question of 2020.
I think we're going to learn out that the RNC, the Republican National Committee, missed the boat, was asleep at the switch.
Yeah, they had a thousand lawyers.
They didn't seem to use them very effectively.
Yeah, they had millions of dollars raised.
They didn't spend it in the right places.
Listen, in Wisconsin, the GOP knew that the Democrats were throwing an event where people were going to bring their ballots By the way, that's not allowed under state law.
You can only bring your ballot to a location.
They created a harvesting operation in the city park.
Did you see a lawsuit?
We didn't.
So the RNC has not lived up to its reputation on this work.
And now you're seeing candidates and private groups stepping into that void and saying, we're going to build a new infrastructure.
The GOP, do what you want.
We're going to make sure these things don't happen.
And Glenn Youngkin, I think, has a model that many other candidates and states may look at.
That's very, very exciting.
I think we'll talk about this in the break.
John's staying with us for another segment.
Let's get some of those people from Junkin's campaign who are having by dent of not seeing enough action from the RNC.
to create their own election integrity team.
Let's get some of those people here on the show to talk about what it's going to take in the Commonwealth and everywhere else.
In the meantime, follow this man, John Solomon Reports, also justthenews.com.

All right.
Mic's live, and go to two.
Mic's live.
Two?
All right.
Yeah.
Hey, who's this?
You talking to me?
Yes.
I think it's hilarious how triggered you are by a cartoon rat that's gay and a fake cartoon alien that's gay.
You are the softest, snowflakiest homophobe I've ever heard.
You pretend to be just a big macho macho man, but you look You know, probably.
Did you actually listen to the monologue or did you just get your DNC talking points?
So what was homophobic about it?
Did you understand the business statement I made, Jared?
Jared, just shut up and answer one question.
Jared, if you waste time, I'm just going to cut you off.
Did you understand the business model I talked about?
If a fraction of 2% are gay, why would you pander to them?
Do you understand math, Jared?
Because I don't think it's pandering.
It's not pandering.
It is pandering.
It's called math.
Do you want to sell comics to a fraction of 2% or do you want to... You pander to Trump.
What do you mean I pander to Trump?
You call your show America first.
Yeah, because I believe in America.
That's the problem.
I believe in America.
Jared, what do you believe in?
China?
What do you believe in?
Jared, what country should be first?
Jared, what country should be first?
What country should be first?
That's who you are, guy!
You can't say it!
You are an American citizen, and you can't say America should be first.
Jared, try it.
Try and say America should be first.
Try it.
Try it, Jared.
Try it.
Just try.
Try these words.
America should be first.
Don't be a homophobe, okay?
Don't use homophobic slurs, Jared.
Say America should be first.
Just try it.
Jared, you're the snowflake.
Go and melt somewhere else.
Bye bye.
The disgust in his voice when you said, you say America first.
Like, you heard that in his voice?
Like, he is just... Oh, that's what they believe.
They really... So that's amazing.
I'm pandering to another American when I call my show America first.
Another American voted for by 74 million people.
Yeah.
Because the show should be called what?
Luxembourg first?
Or China first?
Oh no.
God forbid the Seb Gorka show.
The Seb Gorka show, right.
That's the reason I didn't call it the Seb Gorka show because that's so boring.
That was too much fun.
Get me more of those calls, Steph.
I need more of those calls.
All right, so let's talk subpoenas.
Let's talk Durham.
subpoenas let's talk Durham okay now look at that four dollars sixty Yeesh.
For regular.
Wow.
Welcome to California.
Nationwide.
Wow.
We got about 30 seconds to work our way back in.
And we've got relief back here.
Okay.
Okay.
All good.
I just reset all the clocks, so everything should be good.
Okay.
Dr. G
is in the house on America First. - And don't forget, Joe and Kamala can win by 3 million votes and still lose.
Take it from me.
So we need numbers overwhelming so Trump can't sneak or steal his way to victory.
What?
Is she still peddling that?
The latest from the Harridan, who is Hillary.
Donald Trump stole the election.
Somebody knows what a level of propaganda that is.
Is the man who told the truth for four years about Russia, Russia, Russia.
He is the creator, the founder, the editor-in-chief of justthenews.com.
Follow him at Jay Solomon Reports.
John, I... She's still doing it.
Does that surprise you?
No.
No, listen, if you don't have a winning message, you go back to the great weapon of distraction that Russia was and she's still there.
Listen, I wonder if Chris Wallace would have the courage to ask her 11 times or 5 times like he did with Steve Scalise this week.
Do you believe the 2016 election was stolen?
I'd like to know what that answer is, but no journalist has the courage to ask her that.
Yeah, absolutely.
Okay, let's talk about the actual reality of what's happening in the swamp.
Not just one indictment of Hillary's lawyer, Sussman, now multiple subpoenas.
I'm super cautious about saying anything about John Durham being a force for truth and veracity given the last four years.
You've been following this so closely.
Are these latest subpoenas Indicators of something serious developing?
Yeah, listen, he's two years in and he's still dropping subpoenas.
And that tells you that he has found things that he thinks are criminal.
You wouldn't use subpoenas to just write a report, right?
He's looking at criminal activity.
And I think the most important statement made in the last 48 hours came from our former DNI, John Ratcliffe, who over the weekend said, I gave a thousand documents to John Durham There are two areas to look at, right?
that the intelligence community could see and gather.
That's a big statement by someone who had the greatest trove of access to intelligence of anyone in the United States government.
There is a much larger story still to be told, and I think Durham is determined to get to every corner of that story, and that's what these latest subpoenas are about.
There are two areas to look at, right?
How much of the Russia collusion story was manufactured, intentionally designed to be a fraud, and then foisted upon the FBI?
Then the second part is how much did the FBI know was wrong and still tried to portray to the court it was true, to the Congress?
And so you have the cover-up with the FBI, and then you have the original crime of perpetrating a false narrative, and by the intercepts that the intelligence community had, it was created to get Hillary Clinton off the hook from her email scandal.
That's what Barack Obama was told in July 2016.
So you have two potential frauds, and I think he's looking at both of those to determine if criminality occurred, and he's making a lot of progress.
Given the experience they put you through, meaning the legacy lying media in the last four years, tell us, John, you know best.
What is the legacy lying media?
How are they going to react if the shoe really starts to drop with subpoenas of names that we actually recognize in the next few weeks or months?
Sure.
Well, listen, facts are the most stubborn thing.
And today, facts still permeate.
I broke a story yesterday on Georgia, and all the mainstream media covered it after me.
Why?
Because it was fact-based.
The media has to look at the facts.
And the fact is, those reporters in 2016 were all taken for a ride, knowingly, by the people who fed them the Russia collusion story.
Look at this part of the Durham indictment where Sussman's told this is a red herring and he goes ahead and gives it to the FBI and to the media anyways.
This was no, at least by Durham's evidence, a knowing effort to give a false story to the American public and all the reporters who accepted it and have yet to correct their stories were co-conspirators in that effort.
And nobody, none of them, have retracted their coverage of the last four years.
Has any organ, main organ, done that, John?
No, I think the closest it came when Mike Isikoff said one time, I think I might have got the story wrong.
I think that's true.
He did get the story wrong.
But the New York Times, the Washington Post have stories that still sit in the archives as true, that we now know are 100% false.
It's incumbent on those editors and their leaders to change those stories, mark them as having been debunked, and retract them for history's sake.
That's the right thing to do.
Well, in the meantime, I'm not holding my breath, and I recommend every single one of you, every single one of you bookmark justthenews.com.

Or was it right?
8384. ReliefFactor.com. ReliefFactor.com.
All right.
So is your, was your clock off by a minute there?
Or was it right?
Jeff said your clock was wrong.
Well, you always go a minute.
Okay, never mind.
No, I usually start a little later than that.
The clock gives me a minute and a half and I just started a little bit early.
No, but it said the segment was over at 40 after.
What?
Did it?
Yeah, it did.
Well, it was timed perfectly.
So did we cut that?
Did Dallas cut that?
No, no, no.
It worked well, but you went a minute into what that was saying.
So I went into the... No, no, you did everything fine.
It was just my clock apparently was saying something different than your clock.
Everything worked fine, though.
That's why I was pointing to my hand at three.
I don't know what you're seeing.
This is funny.
Yeah?
From headquarters, the big P. I have a request from one of your big affiliates.
Not to reveal again that they killed James Bond in the movie.
Do you live in a cave?
I'll admit I wasn't expecting it.
Like, I know- Have you seen it?
I have not seen it, but I read the plot online.
Luke just responded, he can do now.
Oh, good!
He's daily wire now.
Right, yeah, wire.
Okay, we've got a minute forty.
I mean, I, like, yeah, they were building up that he's gonna be replaced by that black woman who's in the movie now, but I did not think they would actually go as far as they did.
Hey, make sure you get his Twitter and everything.
Yeah, I got his Twitter ready.
It's right now, alright, good.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, it's just Luke Rosiak, yeah.
Yes.
And I have the picture of him from his Twitter.
Good.
I'm gonna put you on hold, he's coming down.
Just if he talks in the commercial break, we're live on- God, this is unbelievable.
Alright, you wanna bring it up?
Yeah.
Here we go.
It's on.
Hey, Luke.
Hey.
Hey, I was sent this story by somebody else yesterday.
So glad you could join us today.
I'm just gonna read your tweet and I'm gonna unleash you, okay?
Okay.
All right.
Are you on a cell phone?
Yes.
You don't have a landline near where you are, do you?
No, I'm in my car on the, in the cell phone.
I mean, I could step out of my car and maybe find a different location.
No, no, no, it's fine.
Just, just, just hold, just hold it.
Just hold it another inch further away.
I hinted at it in the email, but I didn't say which side it'd be.
Okay.
Keep talking.
Keep talking.
Okay, one, two, three, four, five.
Yeah, okay, good.
Standby.
30 seconds.
Alright, 30 seconds.
Standby.
Alright, we're not coming in with anything?
No.
Okay.
Not coming in.
Stand by.
We've got Patriot Mobile here.
Patriot Mobile.
Yep.
All right.
You're listening to America First with Dr. G.
So the fight continues in Loudoun County in the Commonwealth.
It took a very, very dark turn recently.
I was sent a story late last night by Patty.
You know who you are.
God bless you for what you are doing.
And the whole thing was written up by a good friend of the show.
I'm just going to read his tweet and then I'm just going to unleash him.
This is Luke Rosiak.
He is an investigative reporter with the Daily Wire.
This from yesterday.
As Loudoun schools sought to pass a controversial transgender policy in June, the board concealed That a ninth grade girl was allegedly raped by a, quote, gender fluid student in a school bathroom just three weeks beforehand.
Luke Rosiak, welcome to America First.
Thank you for having me.
Luke, tell us the details.
What happened to this girl?
What happened to the father?
And then what happened to the alleged rapist who seems to have protection on high?
Sure.
So, yeah, everyone knows this guy.
If you watch TV, you've seen him.
You've seen the picture of the parent getting arrested at the school board meeting.
And he's, you know, kind of got a bloodied lip and his belly hanging out because they're dragging him and his shirt pulls up.
This is the father of the victim.
I mean, this guy that we've led to believe is, you know, this big hit or the example of the parent who's the, quote, domestic terrorist, according to the National School Board Association.
Uh, there was a reason that man was at that school board meeting that night expressing his opinions on a policy and it was because something terrible had happened to his daughter just three weeks prior.
Um, you know, his daughter, uh, basically he was called to the school and the daughter, the school told him the daughter was physically assaulted.
Are you there, Luke?
Sorry about that.
Yeah, the daughter was physically assaulted.
Carry on.
And so he found out, you know, it wasn't physical at all.
It was something much more serious than a physical assault.
And so the dad calls the cops, and the cops ultimately press charges, according to his lawyer, four felony charges against the gender-fluid individual who was allegedly wearing a skirt that day.
Now, I've spoken to the lawyer for this family.
She said a rape kit was done.
It came back positive for DNA evidence.
There's a sheriff's report that confirms the existence of a report on forcible sodomy in the school that day, and yet the school concealed it.
And just three weeks later, when they had this transgender policy school board meeting, the superintendent lectured the public, and he said, you know, this is a quote, red herring.
I don't know why you guys are opposed to the transgender policy.
implying the only reason to oppose it would be that they're bigots because we have zero bathroom assaults on record in our schools.
And based on what we found out yesterday in the Daily Wire, that appears to be a false statement.
And it's a, you know, it's disguised personal experience.
And if the truth had come out before that vote, I don't think that policy would have passed.
But what I heard yesterday, Luke, what I heard yesterday, Luke, is that by school board regulations, if there is a crime committed on the property of a public school in the county, the school board members are obliged. if there is a crime committed on the property of They must be informed of that alleged crime.
Which, if that is the case, this was covered up.
Those school board members who lied to the parents that there is no case, there's no cause for alarm, nobody gets assaulted or raped in the restrooms at the schools.
They knew and they lied, Luke.
Have you heard about those regulations?
Yeah, I mean, there's a law that requires the school to call the cops for certain crimes, and in this case, the cops did come.
The problem was the superintendent said they had no record of sexual assault, they pretended it didn't happen publicly, and when the dad came to that meeting, and it would have been pretty clear this was a guy that had the potential, he very well may be there to tell his story, they arrested the dad, you know?
The dad was charged with domestic assault, or rather with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
And the top prosecutor in the county, very political, Suarez-funded prosecutor, showed up personally to put this guy in jail for the misdemeanor of disorderly conduct.
It's unheard of.
And they were doing all this to a person we now know is the father of an alleged sexual assault victim who happened to have A personal story that posed a threat to the school board's identity, politics, political agenda.
And now it looks like they were willing to go to highly unusual lengths to silence this father who just wanted to fight for his daughter.
And the alleged rapist?
What happened to him, Luke?
Well, so the school board quietly transferred him to a new school while he was apparently facing felony charges, and he raped again.
He allegedly raped again and was arrested last week.
I mean, that's kind of how this story came out now, as I saw a press release from Loudoun County Sheriff's Office saying a 15-year-old had been arrested for abduction and sexual assault inside of a classroom.
He held a young girl inside of an empty classroom, sexually assaulted her.
He was arrested.
I found out the name of that individual, and it was the same student who allegedly had done something similar three months prior.
And so they covered up this case, this alleged crime that was inconvenient to pass in this transgender policy.
And it seems that as a result, another girl was unfortunately put in danger.
So one cover-up of an alleged rape clearly leading to another alleged rape occurring.
Luke, is there anything, is there anybody helping the father, Scott Smith?
Is there any GoFundMe account?
Where can people support him or find out more about the case?
I think he does have a GoFundMe.
I heard something about that.
He just set that up.
He's trying to fight back.
So search for that on GoFundMe.
It's Scott Smith.
He needs to appeal his conviction and get a jury trial for that arrest at that school board meeting.
Because although he was very angry that day, if you've seen the video, he was a mad dad.
But I think most dads would be pretty mad once you realize why he was angry.
Well, God bless you, Luke, for getting to the bottom of stories that the legacy-lying media will refuse to cover.
I am retweeting it as we speak.
It is at the top of my Twitter feed.

Trump company close to selling DC Hotel.
Oh, I heard that.
I need to start going back there more often.
They're not selling the hotel, they're selling the lease.
The lease, yeah, but it won't happen.
The great thing... Could they really make it woke university?
It's gonna be the same thing.
As long as the food is still good, and the bacon.
Oh, that bacon is ridiculous.
And the popovers.
They're not gonna change their name.
You don't think so?
No.
I mean, they would love to virtue-signal about it and say, hey, we got rid of the Trump Hotel.
Oh, somebody's gonna run that, but that's probably somebody who's got nothing in between their ears.
Such a good location, too.
It's right by the metro stop.
This is an amazing building.
Yeah.
Right by the metro stop.
Alright, 25 seconds.
How long is the cut 11?

John, line one.
Dr. G, spoiler alert.
Q was actually having dinner with Superman in the movie.
Oh my gosh, yeah.
For those of you who haven't seen the Bond movie, they had to go LGBTQ on Q. We all knew Q was Q, but he is Q as we know.
It's such a pandering kind of, oh and I'm cooking dinner for him and it's like, oh guys, you're just so woke.
Stop it.
That's a big reveal.
So apparently you were not, you were shaken but not stirred with the new film.
Yes, exactly.
Of course, of course, apparently with you on Daniel Craig, you seem to have thought that his, whatever happened at the end with him in the movie was, because I heard what your affiliate said, so I'll... Yeah, no spoilers.
I'll behave, I'll behave.
Spoiler free zone.
Yeah, but I'll behave on this.
But anyway, whatever happened at the end of the movie, you're thinking maybe it was the end of an error instead of the end of an era.
Yeah, I could be because I was never a Craig fan.
I'm sorry.
He doesn't have the suave sophistication.
He looks like a football hooligan.
Any James Bond whose neck is wider than his head, we have a problem.
Well, who was the best dressed Bond?
Who had the sartorial splendor?
Connery!
I mean, Connery couldn't even wear socks that covered his calves.
And I lost it with Connery at that point.
But, you know, do you realize that, let's see, what is the name of it?
It's Crockett and Jones.
in London has a James shoe that he wore during the film and they have a special edition 007 and you actually can buy this.
You can actually buy the cufflinks that he wore.
Oh, hang on, hang on, hang on.
He did not wear cufflinks.
I wear cufflinks.
They had special, the director of Doctor Note, massive sartorial expert.
They had double cuffs with a hidden button, guys.
You gotta get it right.
If you're gonna go Bondian on me, You gotta go right.
No, no, no.
This was with the tux that he was wearing.
Oh, the tux.
Okay.
But you also realize that his real problem, Daniel Craig's real problem was that he started wearing his ties too short.
Yes!
And this seems to be, you know, the tie should touch the bottom of the belt.
Stop it!
John, John, you're a genius.
A tie should touch the belt and you shouldn't be seeing stretch marks when you're buttoning your jacket.
And worst of worst, in this movie, in a three-button suit, he buttoned the top two!
Send him to jail right now!
But John, you stay on the line because you're going to get one of our Brandon t-shirts.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
Yes, hi, I guess.
Okay, just letting you know the mics are currently live on our Rumble broadcast, but we go live on the radio in 80 seconds.
Great, thank you.
I'm gonna turn the camera on now just to see the framing.
Uh, yeah, your shot looks good.
Can you give us a few lines real quick?
A few lines of audio?
Yeah, yeah.
My name's Morgan Zeggers.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
Sounds pretty good.
John, what say you?
Sounds good to me.
All right.
Awesome.
Seb will be stepping back into the studio in a moment.
We are one minute out from going live.
We're all good on the recording side?
Uh, yes.
All right, guys.
We're about to be on Sebastian and Jorge's show.
Yeah, hey, so it looks like behind the scenes All right Alright, we've got about 30 seconds.
Eric, I gotta, um... Yeah.
Three and four segments aren't working right now.
Yeah.
So, here.
Get the full thing just in case.
Yeah, but I cut out, I edited the beginning so all the drops that happened are out.
So definitely use the first.
Three.
Three, yeah.
How do I introduce you now, Morgan?
15 seconds.
Uh, I'm founder of Young Americans Against Socialism always.
Yeah.
That's how it works.
But don't you have TPUSA?
Alright, stand by.
Bye.
I do.
I have a podcast with them if you want to talk about them.
I see we've triggered the libs.
They can't stand it that I think having a gay Superman isn't the best business move.
I guess they understand much better because they did so well with the wokification of Star Wars, didn't they?
And I dread the next Indiana movie.
Oh my gosh, Indiana Jones.
We shall see.
But let's listen to the logic behind what they're doing.
This is Superman writer Tom Taylor on CNN.
He's so excited about walkifying the most famous superhero.
Cut to him.
A new Superman.
If you're going to make a new Superman, what should that look like?
And it struck me as it would be a real opportunity lost if we had another... We had Clark Kent replaced by another straight white Sega.
So here was an opportunity to create a Superman who could represent a whole new group of people.
And I think that was one that we had to leave him.
And we'll be addressing modern day issues like...
Yeah, who needs a white heterosexual superhero?
I mean, that's not really what Western civilization needs.
been arrested attending a protest trying to stop the refoundment of asylum seekers.
Yeah, who needs a white heterosexual superhero?
I mean, that's not really what Western civilization needs.
And we've got to fight.
The next supervillain is going to be what, the weather?
I'm a little confused.
Let's ask somebody who actually has her head screwed on properly.
I'm so delighted that I had her on my show, I don't know, maybe four months ago, five months ago.
And then since then, it's just been a meteoric rise.
You're welcome.
Her name is Morgan Seggers.
She is the founder of Young Americans Against Socialism.
And she does a mean line in handmade wooden American flags.
I think I've got three of them already.
Morgan, welcome back to America First.
Thank you so much.
And thank you for the shout out of the flags and for getting them yourself.
We really appreciate it.
And as we can see with this Superman stuff, we're going through a cultural revolution here in America.
So having things like our American flag broadcasted in the home is just so important at this point.
It's crazy.
Eric, show her the Pride of Place, the empty chair for our in-studio guests.
Can you switch to that camera?
Can you do that while you are... Look at that flag!
What a beautiful Second Amendment celebration.
Somewhere on the back, it's actually signed by Morgan.
It's only one of them that we have, Pride of Place.
Okay, Morgan, I opened this show, the libs went crazy.
For me, Let me run this past you.
Maybe I'm just an old guy who doesn't get it.
You're the young generation.
For me, Superman, on paper, shouldn't be really very popular because he's perfect.
And perfect characters, Mary Sue's not very interesting.
But he was the most successful, iconic, fictional character in that universe.
Why?
Because he actually embodied America for everyone, whatever skin color, whatever sexual preference.
Your response to the... Show the image, Eric, what they have done with Superman at DC Comics.
I mean, this is disappointing, but I'm going to tell you right now, it's not shocking at all.
This is the natural progression of what it looks like for leftist regress to happen in a country.
I often compare what's happening in Canada To what happened in cultural revolution during the Mao's revolution in China.
It's this communist removal of any old customs, any old heritage.
And so even in the last year, not just with Superman, but we saw them attacking our monuments, our flag.
I saw an article this year talking about apple pie being racist, and so we need to cancel that.
And I have a home in San Antonio, Texas, right by the Alamo.
The Texas leftists were trying to remove teaching about the Alamo because it was white settlers on Mexican land.
And so I see these little attacks as things, as small as Superman.
That is an American greatness.
American greatness exemplified into a cartoon figure for young kids to look up to.
And what they have these days is not only the removal of American heritage, but things that we celebrate, things that we unify around, and things that inspire us to achieve greatness.
That's just not allowed these days.
Yeah, yeah.
Follow this lady at Morgan Zegers, Z-E-G-E-R-S, and also fightsocialism.org.
Tell us, how is it going on the front lines?
How is it, you told this fascinating story of how you began your organization in a college dorm.
Your fellow student had a, what was it, a poster of Mao, and she was avowedly, she called herself a communist, and that's When you realize how serious the state of play is in America, how is it on the front lines?
Are you winning people over?
And if so, I'm curious, what are the most effective arguments?
Oh boy.
Well, I'm sure you've heard this before, but a lot of the times when we hear the crazy numbers of how many young people support socialism, We either hear the first reaction, which is to say, well, let's just ship them off to Venezuela.
Then they can really learn.
Or we hear something about how they're just so ungrateful and they can't realize how luxurious we live here in America.
And so if you look at it from that perspective, I would agree that before COVID, we have never experienced in our lifetime a situation of socialism.
And if you look at it from a broader sense, We need to talk about a situation of force versus choice.
Because now, post-COVID, and we're in this fake extended era of what this pandemic is, we are in a situation of force, not choice.
And that's the first time young Americans have ever experienced that.
And so on the front lines, I'm telling you, if you've seen these F. Joe Biden chants at the sports games, these are non-political students that are getting interested into politics, that are starting to pay attention.
Because they are now in a situation of living under force and being told what to do.
They've never had that before.
And so I hope that it's up to us.
First of all, this is the important thing.
It's important for everyone out there that is aware of the situation to make sure young people connect the dots between what is happening to us And what is authoritarianism?
What is communism?
What is socialism?
And the fact that this all started from a communist regime in China that suppressed the truth about this pandemic.
And now we are experiencing that same authoritarianism, that same communism here in America.
And so we need to make sure that they connect the dots because they have the thoughts in their head.
They aren't liking this, but they do not have the basics in history and economics and policy that was lost during our public school education.
That's what's the problem.
Yeah, we have taken those chants from across the stadia, and we've actually made a t-shirt.
You know, we've got to keep in the FCC regulations, so it's the Let's Go Brandon t-shirt, OK?
So if you want to send a message, it's a little bit more polite.
It's the Let's Go Brandon t-shirt.
Get yours today, SebGorkerStore.com.
Morgan, OK, so some kind of ice has been broken.
The kids are waking up and they're saying this, whether it's at a concert, whether it's at NASCAR, they're saying, I don't like this.
I don't like being told what I have to do.
But you're right.
That's just a knee jerk.
That's not an informed understanding or rejection based upon historic analysis or the 40 countries that have Tried socialism and all failed.
So what happens then?
Give us some tools, because you've got three million people listening to you right now, who maybe somebody around them has woken up and said, I don't like this.
This is wrong.
If that's the case, what's phase two?
You can't sit them down and give them a six month grad course on the history of socialism or von Mises and Hayek and everything else.
So where do you begin in your work?
So I first start with understanding who we're talking to, okay?
So if you read The Art of War, Sun Tzu, he says if you don't understand your enemy, your opponent, then you're never going to win.
You might think you're winning, you might feel like you're doing something good, but in reality you're having no true impact.
And so when I talk and when I'm talking about positive change in our movement, before we talk about what we're saying to young people, we have to understand who we're dealing with.
So understanding the difference between these radical leftist groups that actually want to seize the means of production and then understanding they are different from the confused, naive, lied to young people that have no basis of history and economics in their mind because our public schools failed them is incredibly important.
They are potential allies.
They are people that deserve to be on our side.
They deserve the truth and they're being lied to and manipulated, used as useful idiots the way the radicals of the history of the 20th century were doing the same thing in their own revolutions.
We need to win those people over that are in my generation and are experiencing authoritarianism and they're shocked by it.
They're confused.
So I usually start by discussing how Americans for centuries have been on the same platform capitalism, economic independence, which it really is, and classical liberalism.
And together we bicker it out as Republicans and Democrats, but usually it's just that.
It's that bicker, it's that debate, and then we move forward with solutions.
For some reason though, this rise of authoritarianism, totalitarianism, and socialism, which are the three components of communism, are on the rise and they want to destroy it all.
And that is the most effective solution in terms of argument debate with young people that I have experienced so far.
I try it on campuses all the time and it is the moneymaker.
And the other thing that is the moneymaker quite literally, because that's how she funded her studies, is making those beautiful handmade wooden flags.
Where can our listeners check those out, Morgan?
Thank you so much.
If you go to zeggersfreedomflags.shop, you can get a flag made by me and my dad and my mom.
We work together.
It's how I paid off my student loans when I was first a student.
I taught myself, I carved all 50 stars, and now we have a whole workshop.
And so, we would just greatly appreciate every patriot's support, especially around the holiday season.
Thank you so, so much, Dr. Borca.
Look at that.
As if by magic, the elves made that URL appear.
Thank you, Eric the Elf.
Zeggersfreedomflags.shop.
She says it, and it magically appears.
Guys, they're really superb.
Check them out.
Also, her Instagram videos, especially the roller skating one.
Hilarious.
We'll be back with more here on America First.
Hey, that was superb.
Thank you, my dear.
Thank you so much.
Have a great weekend.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
Bye.
Bless.
Bye.
Okay.
There we go.
All right.
And then... I might have to get one of those.
What?
I might have to get one of those.
They're great.
They're really great.
They look cool.
I'll get out.
I've been wanting one, too, for a long time, so... That's cool.
Might be on my, uh...
I'll get it from him as soon as he's off.
Okay.
I don't know.
I think that case in Loudoun County is ridiculous.
That's the craziest thing ever.
Well, he raped again!
I know.
They just quietly shift him over to another schooling race again.
Will you get Judy and Victor's number and call them back in E?
Yes.
On his phone now.
Yeah.
Got it.
That's gotta, I mean, that Junkin's already been running those ads for the school, you know, the parents having a word in their school and the school board denying it.
That's gotta just be the icing on the cake for that.
I know, I know.
Can you imagine?
Somebody called Brittany emailed you.
Okay.
To get this candidate, this Senate candidate from California on Cordy.
Did that ring a bell?
Hey, it's Jeff with Sebastian Gorka.
All right, go ahead.
Go ahead.
Does that ring a bell?
Email?
I'll look and see.
Okay.
Do you want the person on, or?
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
All right, just remember I'm going to put you on hold.
The mics are live during the commercial break.
It sounds like you're on Bluetooth.
Can you get off that?
Two minutes.
Okay.
What does it sound?
He's falling over.
Getting off the freeway.
That's probably a good idea.
Oh my goodness.
Do you think we should try and get that father on, who was arrested?
Yeah, sure.
We got the one on who was arrested.
Scott Smith.
Absolutely.
You got John Tiggs on, I think we can make Mr. Smith.
Whoa, is this true?
What?
Southwest Airlines CEO says no employees will be fired over vaccines.
He was the one who came out and said that.
It was Biden, too, right?
Yeah.
He said he was against vaccines.
He was very impassionate.
Anyone on CNBC can try.
Oh, well, that's a great place to go.
Are those last two segments going to happen, John?
Yeah, I think I need another file because I can't find the one, the full length one.
You know how it cut off?
Yeah, no, I got the full- I edited the full-length version and I upload that to Vimeo.
I can download that now and just use that.
Yeah, if you want to give me that file too, I can probably cut it together.
Do you have any Vimeo login?
No, but we can do that after.
Can you give me army?
I'll text it to you.
Mic's are on.
There we go.
Can you connect me to the crazy gorilla journalist?
Is he there?
Hi, I'm here.
Hey buddy, how you doing?
Hey my man.
That one is probably, it's the most disturbing one yet.
That says a lot.
Did you think you'd get those results?
30 seconds.
It's hard to tell, honestly.
Incredible.
Alright, standby 20 seconds.
Standing by.
The clip, you gotta set it up because I just have their answers.
Oh, just the answers?
Okay, alright.
Alright, I'm gonna set up Cut Eleven.
Alright, stand by.
Bye.
Hi, this is President Trump and Sebastian is really a this is President Trump and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Thank you, Mr. President.
You know who else is great?
Jennifer Horne and Kurt Schlichter.
I should have done this earlier, but what a crazy, crazy day.
Thank you for covering while I was in the North Country.
Jennifer Horne on Friday.
Yesterday, Kurt Schlechter.
I think Kurt had a little bit too much fun hosting this show.
We'll have to watch Colonel K. But thank you guys for doing what you do.
I have to tee up.
This was sent to me yesterday.
Mr. G and myself received this video from the man who made it.
And it is from Berkeley, the home of free speech.
Where a very intrepid individual, who we like a lot, took a video camera and a microphone and he asked student after student the following question.
Would you support with your money the Taliban?
Because the Taliban hates America.
They've got 83 billion dollars worth of American equipment after Kabul was surrendered by Biden and they need to pay for the training so they can do another 9-11.
Okay, so that's the setup.
Will you give money to the Taliban because America needs to be put on its knees?
Here are some of the responses.
Pick up.
We gotta fight back.
I know.
You know, and America's destroying the world, and we want to secure it for a strike against the American homeland.
I understand.
So we want to be able to create a bulwark against America in Afghanistan, to fund and help its enemies around the world strike back against American interests, both abroad and in the homeland.
Okay.
This one's great.
I don't even know much about American imperialism.
Oh, yes.
Yeah.
So you know how damaging the U.S.
is.
Definitely.
I appreciate what you're doing here.
Create a safe haven for America's enemies, as a safe haven for people who want to strike against American interests around the world.
You want to strike the U.S., both abroad and in the homeland, to teach them a lesson.
Life means nothing to them.
Yeah.
And America needs to be brought to heel.
Very true.
What you're talking about is really important, and I agree with you fully.
It's time to make them feel the pain.
You know what I'm saying?
I would work for you.
That is really generous.
They need to finally pay the price and we want to exact that toll.
Basically we want to create a safe space for enemies of the United States.
You know what I'm saying?
9-11 was a lesson, but they didn't learn their lesson from 9-11.
We want to do that again like we did it in 2001.
$5.00.
$5.00?
Okay, that would be great.
$5.00?
Yeah.
$5.00 is great.
If you could do that, that would be great.
Sure, I'll do $5.00.
Yeah, $5.00.
Like $10.00?
I don't know, maybe $10.00?
$10.00?
$15.00?
Maybe like $15.00?
- $10? - $15. - $15? - $15? - $50. - $50? - $50.
$50.00.
The man with the camera, well actually somebody else was holding it, sorry particularly for him, hiding under a tree I think, is Ami Horowitz.
He calls himself a gonzo journalist.
I call him a guerrilla journalist.
Follow him right now, armiehorowitz.com.
Armie, welcome back to America First.
Oh, it's always a pleasure.
Thanks for having me.
So I asked you this in the break.
I'm going to ask in front of our millions of listeners.
Did you expect the responses to be that bad?
That American kids are giving you money that you are telling them you're going to use to fund the Taliban to strike America with another 9-11.
Did you expect it to be that bad?
So when I'm sitting in my house drinking scotch and trying to come up with an outrageous precept to I often, at times, will think to myself, I've gone too far, right?
There's no way.
There's no way that this could happen.
There's no way that American students, university students at a major American university, would give me money to kill Americans.
But then again, there's something in the gnawing at the bottom of me that says, Dude, you're giving these guys too much credit.
You gotta go do this.
So I said, well, let's at least see.
And look, if I'm being totally honest, I would say that there was some part of me which felt like they would do it.
The vast majority of me said, I don't think they will.
I hope they won't.
And frankly, I'll be honest, if one person punched me in the face, I would have been really happy.
I would have been the happiest ever to get punched in the face by somebody.
But not only did nobody punch me in the face, just so we're clear, Nobody freaked out.
Nobody got upset.
I only had one person that listened to my pitch and said, I don't want to fund that.
One person.
One?
Out of all the people I stopped.
Wow.
So let me just be clear here.
Let me talk about what you actually did in national security and legal terms.
If you were the Taliban, And if you had taken that money and given it to the Taliban for terrorist attacks... I would go to jail.
No, every single person who gave you the money would be committing what is called material support to terrorism.
That is a felony, okay?
Which, let me just prove my point here.
A transit cop in DC, about six years ago, Gave $500, $500, to somebody he thought was going to give it to ISIS.
It was actually an FBI asset.
That cop, who is pro-jihad, is now sitting in a supermax prison for material support to terrorism, for giving $500 to somebody he thought was ISIS.
That's the reality, Armie, of what you just documented.
If you were really a terrorist, Armie, every single one of those kids was committing a felony offense of material support terrorism.
Look, it's rare that I come on your program and tell people you've got to watch this video to believe it, but you people out there, you've got to watch this video to believe it.
We're not even doing it justice, to be honest.
It is so shocking.
It is so damning.
Words can't properly convey what actually happened.
In fact, it was so insane that when I hire crew, generally I have to give a fake name because they won't work with me.
And most of the time, nine times out of ten, they are left of center, if not leftist.
These are the people in this business.
What's the name you give yourself, Mohamed Dirk Jihad?
What is the name you give them?
I can't say, but it's not Ami Horowitz.
Let's put it that way.
And, um, and so this guy was, you know, a guy on the left, and we started shooting it, and he texted me a few, maybe 15, 20 minutes in, and he said, can you stop if we could puddle around the corner to discuss something?
I said, sure.
He goes, I don't know what's happening.
I go, what do you mean?
He goes, I don't understand what I'm seeing.
I said, what do you think you're seeing?
He said, it looks like people are giving you money to kill Americans.
I go, yeah, my friend, that is what the left has come to.
You have to understand something.
When you feel that you are virtuous, there is no end.
There's no end game to what you're willing to do.
I didn't know you don't have your own, you know, vetted team.
So I'm curious.
We're out of time in this segment.
You're going to stay over for another one.
But I have to know, did he stay with you when he realized?
Was he shocked and he just kept filming?
No, he kept filming.
He was very interested to see how this was going to play out.
Wow.
Incredible.
Guys, you've got to see it.
American students giving somebody who they think is going to give the money to the Taliban for the next 9-11.
Cash!
Cash to kill Americans.
That's what they've done to our children.
One man is standing in the breach, documenting it all.
Filmmaker extraordinaire.
Follow him.
armyhorowitz.com.
Army Horowitz on Twitter.
Yeah, we're trying to do it justice here, but it's hard to do.
Watch the full video.
Back with Armie here on America First after these messages.
Don't touch that dial.
Mic's on.
I don't know.
I love your Tom Cruise tweet, Armie.
My what?
Your Tom Cruise tweet.
He looks like a hamster.
What happened to him?
You know, so my plan is generally I'm going to look better than everybody else if I just give it enough time.
If you pickle yourself, you'll do fine.
So how many people do you think you got on camera?
We probably ended up getting on camera not that many more than you saw.
The reason why it takes so long is because you have to gain their trust, right?
Yes.
You can't walk up and say, hey, you want to give money to kill Americans.
Right.
They've got to believe that you're on their side.
Right, right, right.
So we spend time talking to them, making them feel comfortable, and then we start hitting them with, hey, do you want to give money for another 9-11?
It's hard to even fathom what these people are willing to do, really.
They never cease to amaze me.
Where can people watch the whole video?
You know, YouTube, Facebook, OmniHorrors.com.
They can find it all there.
Eric, will you post the whole video from his YouTube channel?
Yeah, give me a moment.
Thanks.
And then what's this new show?
So the new show is essentially me doing a John Oliver type show.
So we've shot it, we've recorded it, we've edited it.
We're now in discussion with distributors.
So it's basically me in front of a live studio audience, breaking down one topic for about 25 minutes.
Fabulous.
I cannot wait.
In a funny, engaging couple of field pieces.
It's actually pretty good.
If there's anything I can do when you launch it, just tell me, okay?
Indeed.
Thank you.
You're doing God's work, my friend.
Thank you, Ted.
By the way, did you ever shoot your new show?
No, not yet.
We lost one of my team, so he went out west.
We've replaced him and everything's on ice till I re-jig that.
I got an offer for a daily show, so we'll see what happens.
We're still on mic, so I'm going to talk to you offline about that.
Your set looks good.
I like your set.
Yeah, it's Glenn Beck's set.
Oh, OK.
We shot it in Dallas.
Very nice.
So you put a few in the can?
We put just one.
One, OK.
Good.
Just one.
We wanted proof of concept, and then from there, we're going to go try to sell it.
Love it.
All right, stand by.
60 seconds.
OK.
Did you use Cheetos for makeup?
Ouch.
Okay, Zegas.
Oh, yes.
Titles for everything.
I'm in Vimeo, by the way.
They've made Superman a homosexual. so.
Yep.
30 seconds.
Solomon.
Latest, um, election, no, what should we call it?
Proof of voter fraud?
Um, more voter fraud and latest, uh, John Durham in, um, subpoenas.
Okay.
Okay.
All right, we've got 10 seconds.
Stand by.
Bye.
Bye.

We are back with Armie Horowitz.
See the whole video of him in Berkeley with American students giving a man they think is funding the Taliban money for the next 9-11.
Armie, we don't rehearse any of this.
I don't tell you what I'm going to ask you.
This is the question I don't think I've ever asked you, and I think it's the most important one.
Nobody's doing what you're doing.
I mean, you know, Jesse Ward is Ward's world.
It's fun, it's amusing, but your videos are shocking.
Why are you doing what you're doing?
What's the genesis of it all?
Will you share that story?
Yeah, sure.
You know, so my background was as an investment banker.
That's what I did for most of my career.
And one day, it was a Saturday night, and I was watching the Michael Moore film, Going for Columbine.
I started drifting off thinking about the United Nations and how horrific they are and damaging they are, and why isn't anybody up in arms about it?
And I looked over at the screen at the Michael Moore documentary and thought, what an engaging, interesting You know, a way to convey an idea, this idea of a smart, dark documentary.
Now, he may be totally wrong, he's a big fat pig, but hey, you know what?
Still, it's a really interesting way of conveying a perspective.
So I thought, you know what?
I'm going to do that.
I literally quit my job, that was Saturday night, I quit my job on Monday, started raising money, made a movie called You and Me.
Which was, thank God, successful enough where it kind of opened a lot of doors for me.
I decided I didn't want to do any more, I didn't want to spend another seven years on one topic and spend millions of dollars on it.
So I said, you know, this social media was really taken off that point and you can kind of create your own platform.
And that's what I did.
I just started doing these one-off videos and they just kind of became super successful and they kind of blew up.
To the point where now we're across all platforms with probably four to four and a half million views per video.
And soon a show, right?
Soon you're going to have your own show called Triggered.
Yeah, yeah.
We are in the process of that as well.
I'm really excited about that.
I'm sure this will be one of the first places I'll come to talk about it once we're ready to go.
Can't wait.
What's it going to take for us to get serious as conservatives?
Because we've got one Army Horowitz out there.
We've got our conservative websites.
We've got talk radio.
But in terms of taking back the culture and making it pro-American, we need a lot more, don't we, Army?
We do!
We absolutely do, because culture really is upstream from politics.
This is where it begins.
We inculcate our kids with this nonsense, and they buy into it culturally, and it does ultimately affect their politics.
Look, there's a reason why The Daily Show It has been, for years, the number one show for kids under 25 where they get their news from.
A fake news show.
That's why I'm being triggered.
Because John Oliver's show is so successful at changing hearts and minds.
We have to get better at it.
We're not that good at it.
And we've got to get better, we've got to get serious, and like when we decided to take over talk radio in the 80s and in the 90s, and how much that affected the politics, and the Democrats and the left was left out of it, we're losing out on the new great medium, and we need to fight in that playing field.
Can people support you at your website?
I love that you asked that.
Yes, they can.
They can either go to armyhorse.com to make a donation, see more of these videos, or they can go to army.locals.com, which is another platform which I have where they can engage with me and they can donate.
That's how I make this stuff.
I've got to make this stuff hand to mouth, and that's what we do, and we've been, thank God, successful.
I love this guy's work.
He's a real trooper.
He's a truth teller.
He's also a brave man.
army.locals.com for his private little subscription service or just go to his website armyhorowitz.com please support this man and just first off watch the video we're posting the whole YouTube video the insanity Berkeley thinking they're funding Taliban terrorists Watch it.

All right.

Eight newt.
Copy that.
Talk to Jeff about Southwest.
And any more titles?
And we did Hillary... Which Hillary did we do?
506.
The one where she said Trump would steal the election, 6.
6, okay.
Yeah, not the one on the view.
Okay.
That one is 36 seconds long.
I can't answer the phone right now.
I was gonna give you spam calls, but...
Can you play me Cut 3?
Cut 3.
Oh, will you get Cassio to post the Napa Cut 2?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
He talks about critical race theory.
He talks about having these parents meetings on critical race theory.
It really bothers me because it is a racist dog whistle.
CRT is a racist dog whistle.
Did you see the interview he did with, um, the two reporters?
One was, like, a black woman who asked him, like, four times, can you just define what it is?
And he kept refusing to answer the question.
That's great.
Like, she even said at one point, he called it racist, and she's like, how could it be racist if you don't give it a definition?
And he was just like, well, it's racist.
Cut.
Cut seven.
Seven.
Indigenous People's Day slash Columbus Day.
Columbus.
I mean, he initiated A new world genocide.
That's what he did.
But what the hell is Alamo Heights thinking?
It's Columbus Day.
That's why they're off?
On Monday?
You know, maybe there's something I'm missing and I'm ignorant.
But it makes me feel like they're living in a phone booth.
And they're educating our kids.
Columbus Day?
And we're gonna honor that?
It's no knock on Italian-American.
That's a silly argument.
You know, it's like saying we should be proud of Hitler because we're German.
Who is that loser?
He looks like a hobo.
I know, he's been a long time NBA coach.
And is he a good coach?
He has been, but he's also had a lot of good players.
Yeah, he's not been that great a coach in the last few years.
Yeah, since all the good players left.
What team?
Donald Sutherland.
San Antonio Spurs.
If you look at him, too, he's lost.
He... I'm trying to figure out.
He buys into my vegan argument.
He what?
He buys into my vegan argument.
I'm trying to think if he became vegan.
I don't know yet.
But he looks it, too.
You know that Hitler was a vegetarian?
I know, I heard that too.
Not so good.
There you go.
Yeah, I didn't hear your take on our nice indigenous people's day.
First thought was that he looked like the evil president from the Hunger Games movies.
We got 15 seconds.
Are we coming in with anything?
Yes.
Okay, coming in with?
Coming in with?
Which one?
Gingrich.
Okay, stand by.
Dr. G is in the house on America First.
I mean, what you're beginning to move towards is a war between, I don't mean a physical war, but a cultural war between the bureaucracy, the academic world, and the news media, and the rest of us.
And the truth is, there are more of us than there are of these big government socialists, radicals, who want to impose a very weird worldview, and who are apparently prepared to fight the American people.
I mean, in the long run, in a free society, You know, maybe in China or in Russia or in Nazi Germany, you could use the power of the state and get away with it.
In a free country, you can't.
Question is, are we still a free country?
Newt's lost weight.
He's looking good.
But he's so right.
The crazies.
The CRT, America's bad, Columbus was evil.
They're in the minority.
We outnumber them.
It's time to let them know that we outnumber them.
It might be happening at Southwest.
Let's talk to our intrepid investigative reporter, Well, he's my producer.
Mr. G. Jeff, are you there?
I am.
Did you have fun at the weekend?
I had a great time.
Hey, did you smoke that big cigar I gave you?
I brought it, but I did not have a chance.
Dude, I had one yesterday.
I was driving for four hours yesterday.
It is one of the best cigars.
The box-pressed V21 Flathead X. You're gonna enjoy it.
I thought about it a couple of times, but it was very hot.
It was like 90 degrees there.
Oh, okay.
Talk to us about how delightful your trip back home was.
So I was at the start of it.
It was Saturday night.
I was flying southwest out of Florida.
Arrived at Tampa Airport.
We get to the gate and there's six or seven all-southwest gates right around me.
They all have tons of lines around there.
So I'm sitting there waiting.
I'm talking to people and the one person says, oh there's an issue with the app, which makes zero sense to me.
The app, the app!
Okay, got it, okay.
And also, every person that was waiting in line had a boarding pass, so why would they care about the app?
Right.
So then I'm listening to some people, they're saying, I've been here since 5.30 in the morning, I've been here since 6 o'clock in the morning.
Hang on, what time were you there?
My flight was at 5.40 at night.
So, and they had just found out their flight was cancelled.
So then I hear the reason that it was because of air traffic control in Jacksonville.
I thought to myself, sure, that might make sense if this has been going on for four or five days.
I'm in Tampa.
Why would that have anything to do with it?
Then it was about weather delays.
The app?
Air traffic controllers, weather delays, okay.
And just as far as the weather delays go, three days they were calling for rain while we were there.
The most thing that everybody on this trip said, I can't believe how well the weather worked out.
It was absolutely beautiful.
So finally you get on your plane and then what happens?
There's 10 people behind me that were supposed to go to Manchester, New Hampshire.
Now I'm flying into Baltimore.
Their flight was canceled.
They put them on that flight.
They spent the entire flight trying to get rental cars.
Guess what?
There was no more rental cars in Baltimore.
So they were able to get a rental car an hour away and then they're gonna do a six and a half hour drive through the night.
Oh my gosh.
So we were the lucky ones.
And you arrived what time to your airport in Baltimore?
I left Tampa at 540, arrived to Baltimore at 740, which basically turned into a layover.
Right.
Because my car was, I guess, two to three miles away from where I landed.
Sat on the plane for an hour when we landed because there was some type of other labor issue that they had, which I probably was vaccine related too with people going out.
Weather!
That was the weather!
It was the app!
Yes, it was the app.
Sat on an hour just to be able to get to the gate because they didn't have an operator.
Then, when we actually get to the gate from the hour, we waited 45 minutes for the bags to arrive.
How long did it take to actually get to your car?
Two hours and 20 minutes.
After you landed?
Yeah, it took me two hours to get to Tampa, to Baltimore.
220 to get to my car.
Wow, wow, wow.
Something is happening.
We're glad he's back in studio.
I'm back in studio.
We're all back in studio.
We're very glad he's back.
But guys, God bless.
God bless the Southwest pilots, the staff, everybody who took a sickie to send a message.
You're not putting that needle in my arm.
But next time, Don't take a sick day.
Just tell them, no, you're not doing it to me.
Let's go to your course.
They've been waiting for an hour plus.
Judy!
Brooklyn!
Happy Tuesday!
I've lots to say.
I've lots to say.
Let me tell you something.
Last line of defense.
I'm listening to Newt.
Last line of defense in America is our right to bear arms.
Correct.
Yes.
Because in Australia, they don't have that anymore, do they, Judy?
I haven't been there in quite a while.
Yes, but where were you born, Judy, from Brooklyn?
Melbourne.
Melbourne.
Do you have relatives there?
No, I don't.
Do you have anybody who knows what the flip is going on there?
I think it's really bad over there now.
That's what I'm hearing.
I'm very disappointed.
But why?
This is the nation of tough guys.
What happened, Judy, to your erstwhile compatriots?
I think China has a lot to do with it.
What do I know?
Blame China.
Can we blame Trump?
No, no.
So listen.
No, this is not NPR.
We do not blame Trump.
Thank you.
Absolutely.
You know I love Trump, besides you and everyone.
Listen, I want to tell you something.
I am want to talk about this non-insurrection.
Please allow me, but let me just say, I heard this story.
I'm holding on, there was so much to do.
Listening to this Luke and this horrible story of this victim of this father and child, you know what comes to mind?
You know the expression crime and punishment?
Well, guess what?
When it comes to this now, we're living in an age where you do not do the crime and you're punished anyway if you're Republicans or decent people like this father and child.
But if you're a Democrat and you do the crime, you're crime and rewarded.
You know, that's what we're living in.
Yes, no, it is.
It's a great way of putting it.
It's not crime and punishment.
It's crime and reward.
The student, the transsexual transitioning student wearing a skirt, rapes the girl in the restroom in the school, allegedly.
The school board covers it up.
Sends that transitioning student to another school in the district where he rapes again, allegedly.
Yes, reward, reward for crime.
You've got 30 seconds left.
What else would you like to share with us, Judy?
OK, so in nine months, Biden has delivered a bundle of total disasters.
And then I want to say Democrats want to keep this manufactured non insurrection alive.
OK, that's what we're doing.
It's almost a year.
You know what?
There was no guns, number one.
Number two, look at this.
98% of all these Trump supporters, like over 100,000 people, you were there as well, they were just there peacefully and had a right to question if their votes counted.
Now, out of the 98%, 2% were the ones that kind of like were hotheads.
They went in.
They were invited to come in.
You had Antifa, B.A.L.A.M. mixed in there, anarchists mixed in there, whatever.
The whole thing.
There are more questions than answers on this whole thing.
This was a setup.
And Pelosi's involved.
But hang on, the latest, the most delicious thing of all, Nancy, the art strategist, has sent out new subpoenas, and I'm buying shares in popcorn.
They sent out subpoenas to Katrina Pearson Fearless, fearless warrior.
And to Kash Patel, Devin Nunes' former senior investigator.
Oh my gosh, I can't wait.
I can't wait.
It's going to be a lot of fun.
Thank you for your patience, Judy.
Next, we're going to talk to Victor.

Why they made Superman gay.
He's bi.
So, how do you know that?
That's what he said.
The guy, the creator said it, the Australian guy.
He said he's bisexual.
All right, do that.
Why are they made Superman bisexual?
He's just gay with extra steps.
But is he double spirited?
Yeah.
Does he have two spirits?
I don't know.
Is he Q?
Is he plus plus?
I don't know, but that guy, he's from Australia.
Now I understand why everything's going on.
I'm like, wait a minute.
I'm an Australian guy writing for an American comic book.
Yeah, that should be illegal, shouldn't it, Eric?

Stand by.
Yep. America First.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
It's weird.
When I hear that music, I don't think, what kind of sex does Superman have?
Where does he put his sexual organs?
It's strange.
Not until today, because they've ruined the brand.
Farewell, Kal-El.
We are back.
We have so many things still to cover.
The whole next hour with Devin Nunes.
You don't want to miss a second.
But here, let's talk about Jeff's experience.
Cut for Southwest CEO Gary Kelly.
Talking about the vaccine mandate, oh yeah, I mean there are some that have very strong views on both sides of that issue.
And, you know, it's not, as I think you probably know, I've never been in favor of corporations imposing that kind of a mandate.
I'm not in favor of that, never have been.
But the executive order from President Biden mandates that all federal employees and then all federal contractors, which covers all the major airlines, have to have a mandate and a vaccine in place by December the 8th.
So we're working through that.
It's not actually an executive order.
There is no executive order.
But the latest news is that Kelly will not fire anybody.
Nobody at Southwest will be fired based upon their vaccine mandates.
We'll see if he holds the line.
More breaking news.
This was at the top of the show, but I didn't want to drive with it.
The coroner has declared that Gabby Petito was strangled to death.
So, yes, it was a murder.
Waiting very patiently for more than an hour, our good friend in Silver Spring, Victor.
Welcome aboard.
Hey, Sebastian.
Are you excited about tomorrow?
William Shatner's going to go into space.
I know, a real superman.
I am excited.
I'm a little worried because he's 90 years old, Victor.
Aren't you a little worried?
Yes.
And I wish he could have waited a little bit longer for true orbit, but I guess He couldn't wait and maybe he'll get on the radio and say stardate so-and-so.
No, no, no.
One thing, Victor.
One thing.
You know what it is.
As soon as he's up there and the camera comes on and he's floating, Captain Kirk, Admiral Kirk is floating in space.
You know what he's got to do, Victor?
You know what he's got to do.
What?
He's got to pull out a Tribble.
Am I right?
Yeah!
How about that?
How about that?
Yeah.
That's what I'm waiting for.
I did not expect a triple impersonation from Victor, but of course it's Victor, our buddy who called us way back when we launched the show to tell us about that amazing exchange you had with the creator Gene Roddenberry.
Stay on the line, Victor.
Let's give Victor his choice of whatever he wants from the SebGorkerStore.com.
It's amazing.

Back with Congressman Nunes.
Back with Congressman

   I love you.
I love you.
Cohen said, though, in that open testimony, he had no direct evidence of collusion with Russia.
The Senate intel chairman also said, at this point, no evidence of collusion.
At this point.
Have you seen, do you have direct evidence of collusion with Russia?
I think there is direct evidence in the emails from the Russians through their intermediary offering dirt on Hillary Clinton as part of what is described in writing as the Russian government effort to help elect Donald Trump.
They offer that dirt.
There is an acceptance of that offer in writing from the President's son, Don Jr.
And there's overt acts and furtherance of that.
That is the meeting at Trump Tower and all the lies to cover up that meeting at the Trump Tower and apparently lies that the president participated in.
That to me is direct evidence, but there's also abundant circumstantial evidence.
A refrain we heard for nigh on four years, Russia, Russia, Russia, incontrovertible evidence from a man who, and this is a hard thing to do, is perhaps the most mendacious, the largest liar in Washington DC, a man called Adam Schiff.
Let's talk to a man who is the opposite of Adam Schiff.
He is a truth-teller, also formerly chair of the August House Intelligence Committee, representing the 22nd Congressional District of California.
We welcome a true freedom fighter, Congressman Devin Nunes.
Welcome to America First One-on-One.
Well, Seabass, it's great to be with you.
I'm honored, and I'm not sure that you should use the term I will caveat that and say it depends who's running it.
When you were in charge, it was an august body.
Especially the House Intelligence Committee that, as you know, has turned into a complete scam show of impeachment and other circus acts.
I will caveat that and say it depends who's running it.
When you were in charge, it was an august body when that guy, that clown, took over and was tweeting out classified information from closed-door sessions in the breaking.
It became something very, very different.
Great to have you on the show.
Only guest on America First who gets to call me Seabass, but that's because he is Devin Nunes.
Congressman Nunes, I didn't want to spoil your day.
I just wanted to tee that cut up to ask you a question that I have to give full credit.
I lived in Hungary after the fall of communism, the land of my parents' birth.
And there was an issue there in the 1990s.
Nobody, not one person paid the price for the crimes of the prior regime.
There was no truth and reconciliation, no truth committees.
And one day a very bright philosopher wrote a big article, changed the Overton window.
The title of the article, Congressman, was, Is Our Nation Becoming a Land of No Consequences?
I look at America in the last five years.
I look at the lies of Schiff, the accusations of Brennan, of Comey, of McCabe, of Stroke, of Lisa Page, and I see one lowly lawyer at the FBI get a slap on the wrist, and I have to ask, as a person who's done the most to get the true story out, Is America becoming a land of no consequences, Congressman?
Well, I still have hope and you have to have hope in this line of work.
I get up every day.
I live in California.
I'm coming to you from California where we got fires burning all over the place.
You got politicians running around screaming global warming as my constituents and my family are engulfed in smoke, just ash and smoke that are coming out of the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
So, you know, you got to get up every day.
We're in the trenches here.
And you got to have hope that things are going to get better.
But to your point, things have gotten progressively worse.
And this is something I've been thinking about a lot recently.
If you go back to, okay, back in 2015 and 16, this started, the Russia hoax started as a, as basically a political dirty trick.
Then sometime in 2016, they moved this to, well, we're going to actually forget about looking into Trump's business dealings.
We're actually going to move this over to he's working with Putin.
Clearly that was done as a campaign spin.
They were worried about whether or not Clinton was going to be indicted or not.
Clearly Comey let all of them off in an unprecedented a scam right after the July 4th.
I think it was like July 5th of 2016.
She was allowed to let, she was let known Scott Free.
Well, it's at that time, I think they knew that those emails were out there.
Those emails are probably somewhere still out there now, the so-called server that was destroyed.
And, you know, I'll just skip the rest of 16 and 17 and 18 and 19 and 20.
And where are we today?
We're to the point where you now have gone from political dirty tricks to the Attorney General of the United States going out and saying that he's going to sick the FBI out on parents that show up to school board meetings to address issues that this Democratic Republic was founded on, that which is Local government and your ability to go to your local government to plead your case.
You now have the Attorney General in an unprecedented act to say that, you know, to essentially use the FBI to go out and target these parents, essentially a warning shot across the bow.
So it's, it's, it happens.
It's a very slippery slope, and I think nobody's more attuned to it than you, Seabass, because your family grew up in it.
But I think what we're dealing with now is something that looks Very much like a totalitarian state where you can't trust the justice system, you can't trust the intelligence services, you can't trust the military or the people in the military.
It's got some very eerie signs of a socialist communist totalitarian regime.
Well, you wrote the book Countdown to Socialism, talking about our inexorable move towards it here in the United States.
So, five years ago it was General Flynn, my former White House colleague, who was targeted by the FBI.
Now it's mothers at school board meetings.
We have so much to discuss in this hour, so they've gone from a three-star general to mothers.
Let me ask you, where does this end?
What is the likely scenario?
Does it become socialism after the last year and a half with Covid and people, you know, genuflecting at the altar of fear that Fauci created?
Are we going to comply?
You are the antithesis of the career politician.
You're a farmer.
You're a citizen politician.
From that vantage point, what is your expectation?
Where does this end up, Congressman Nunes?
Well, if you look at what's happened throughout COVID, the socialist states, so-called blue states, have become more and more socialist, bordering on totalitarianism.
type of tactics that they're using, especially here in California, where now you just had the governor come out after he narrowly escaped after spending a quarter of a billion dollars to defend himself.
Outside of that money coming in in the last month, he likely would have been recalled.
Well, now he's still here.
Newsom is here.
And first thing he does is he says, well, we're going to go out and we're going to mandate that all your kids get these shots.
And so this is, and we expect more draconian measures to come.
In the future.
So I think you're going to see more conservatives, Republicans, independents who want to live in freedom are going to leave places like California.
I mean, every single day, you can't get a U-Haul truck here in California without paying an exorbitant price because you have to pay to bring it back from states like Idaho, Tennessee, Texas, et cetera.
So people are voting with their feet.
They're moving with their feet.
They're setting up a very dangerous situation here where we have a series of of blue socialist states and red free states.
And at the same time, we've got the challenge of it's not just the content.
Everywhere I go, and it's what I wrote in my book, Countdown to Socialism.
I wrote it before the last election in 2020, but now, sadly, it's more relevant than what it was then.
It was kind of a warning then.
I think it's good to go back and look at it now so you know what's happening, because I wrote this before the Hunter Biden laptop from Hell Story was purged from the Internet.
I wrote it before Parler was nuked from the Internet by Bezos and these tech tyrant oligarchs.
So all this has happened, it's almost like I predicted it to happen, which sadly I wasn't trying to predict it, I was trying to stave it off.
So I think where we go from here is it still gets down to kind of that, how do you reach the middle?
How do you reach the family that just want to take their kid to soccer practice?
That just want to go to a high school football game, that they're not going to Listen to your show.
They're not going to listen to, they're not going to watch Fox News or Newsmax or OAN.
They don't want to be in politics, but sadly what's happening to them is they're being poisoned by this propaganda machine.
95% of the content that is developed are developed by essentially people that are left-wing, hard left-wing or working for people that are left-wing.
And it's propaganda.
It's no different than the Chinese Communist Party propaganda, no different than Putin's propaganda, no different than what you saw in the old Soviet Union and their satellite states like your former home country in Eastern Europe.
But now we're in a more dangerous time where social media is really determining what people receive on their handheld devices or iPads or desktops.
Right.
And that's what's scary.
That's where it comes to.
Ninety nine point nine percent of the of the information that's getting out to the soccer mom or that person I just described is absolute poison.
I mean, you would think that, you know, Republicans are running around with with hoaxes.
with horns on and that, you know, Joe Biden is a fit 35 year old professional athlete.
Yeah, let's talk about exactly that issue.
That is exactly what I wanted to discuss next.
So before you came on air, Congressman Unas, you were getting clear what to put in your chyron, what social media you're on.
And you said, I'm not using Twitter.
I'm not using Twitter.
I'm on Parler, I'm on Rumble like we are here.
So let's focus for a few moments on this question.
Social media used to be a fun thing, right?
This is where Oh, I, you know, find my old high school buddies or I post pictures of my dogs.
After the last election, after the likes of Zuckerberg drop almost half a billion dollars into privatizing the running of elections across America, You mentioned Hunter Biden.
When Twitter censors the oldest newspaper in America, founded by Alexander Hamilton, that has the goods on the Hunter Biden laptop and you're not allowed to resend that story, it is just deep-sixed in an Orwellian way until the election is won.
Talk to us about your personal decisions with regards to social media and in the panoply of threats internally to the Republic.
Where does social media rank in terms of, you know, the countdown to socialism, the title of your book?
So I made the decision early on.
It's a great question.
Back in early 2016, I have my own podcast.
I largely started that podcast because I wanted to I knew I was being attacked daily by the fake news, not just one story.
It was in some days I'd get upwards of a hundred fake news stories that would be out there in the realm.
And you know, there were a few good investigative reporters.
You know, yeah, sometimes I would go on a few of the Fox or something like that.
You had investigative reporter Lee Smith, who you know well.
Yes.
There's a few people that were trying to get to the truth of this, but I was just being inundated by fake news stories that were being generated by
Political operatives story after story after story so I actually started a podcast because I needed to be able to reach my Constituents my supporters around the country and around the globe so that they knew my side of the story So I was just bringing factual information So that started you know in that after after 18 is when I when I started it actually actually the end of 18 because I realized I was just getting you know beat to hell and nobody could hear my side of the story and
So that continued to grow and finally I decided to go, like you have, from audio to, in addition to audio podcast, to a video podcast at the same time.
So I put it on YouTube and I didn't think anything of it.
I had, I think when I started, I had seven or 8,000 followers that I had built up over four years and I started posting my podcast to make it a video cast on YouTube.
After a few months, I realized that I was being Censored that nobody you couldn't you could go on to Google or YouTube and type in Devin Nunes podcast Which by the way, so then my podcast I have a really creative name It's called the Devin Nunes podcast And I decided to go in and I started googling it and I started going to YouTube and guess what?
I couldn't find it.
I couldn't find it and So then I decided, hey, I needed to look around for another platform just to host my video.
That was it, because I wanted to be able to email it out.
I've got hundreds of thousands of people that have joined my team, and I just wanted a place to put it on YouTube and send it out.
And what oddly was happening is when I would put it on YouTube, email it out, I actually went down in views.
So over the two or three month time, I was actually going down in views.
So I was getting just a few hundred, which, you know, look, I have a big family.
I would think at least my family would click on the email and watch it.
So then something interesting happened.
I contacted Rumble.
I'd already made the decision.
Twitter had already been shadow banning me.
I had moved to Parler.
Parler I was growing exponentially with several, you know, quickly I got up to nearly a million followers on Parler even though I'd been on Twitter for, you know, ten years since Twitter started where I had a million followers.
In just a few months, Parler equaled the number of followers I had on Twitter.
So I just quit using Twitter.
Then I went to, and then I found, I got a hold of this Rumble company because I just wanted a place where I could host my videos.
And then something really interesting and really telling happened.
And I went from, so remember, I had less than 10,000 followers on YouTube after four years.
In three weeks, I had 30,000 followers on Rumble.
In three and a half months, I had 350,000 followers.
And now today, just a little over a year, with my two accounts, I have over 800,000 followers.
Now, that is saying something for a site that a year ago, nobody had ever even heard of.
And I would venture to guess that even today, the mass, you know, kind of those that independent soccer mom or somebody out there, they've never heard of Rumble either.
So now what's happened is I think that all conservatives have now realized, all great podcasters, they're all on Rumble now because they know that they were being censored.
What I kind of just stumbled into, I'm sure that all of us, every conservative was being censored on YouTube.
And so now all of us basically in the country are on rumble.
Matter of fact, I don't think I know a conservative that's not on rumble.
Yeah, I have to say that makes me feel much better.
And I think my colleague as well, who managed our YouTube accounts, that we were terminated twice.
My personal account and also the show account was terminated because I had a guest who questioned the results of the last election.
So let's jump to that issue.
Not just social media and the shadow banning and the cancellations.
Your concerns with regards to Facebook, what we now know about Zuckerberg, the last election, what we know about the censorship of Hunter Biden, it's more than just censoring individuals.
It is an onslaught.
Is it not a centralized propaganda onslaught affected out of Palo Alto?
Yes.
And so you've got a couple different issues there.
As it relates to the election integrity, election fraud, I think one of the mistakes that a lot of us have not focused on, including former President Trump, is that, and you talked about it just a little bit ago, how can one guy get away with spending at least $350 million, possibly more, I like the way you termed it, of privatizing, creating your own so-called non-profit
army to go out there into 10 states, essentially 15 counties that all happen to be in the swing counties.
I mean, this is major electioneering.
This is the fraud that's right in front of our nose.
And that ought to be what every Republican is out there saying, you know, Zuckerberg, why did you spend this money?
Where did it go?
That's where the investigations need to be.
In addition to, I'm not faulting the states.
We should do independent audits.
We should have all the laws that are passing in red states now for vote, having to have an ID.
I agree with all of that.
That work needs to be done.
But at the big level, at the federal level, we ought to be saying, this is wrong.
You cannot have these tech oligarchs that are out there.
There's very few of them.
You've got Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google.
That's it.
And I guess Twitter is not as wealthy as the other guys, but he's still a billionaire.
But all those companies essentially control every aspect of our lives.
And if they want, they can essentially glean and spy and grab every piece of data.
And in fact, they are doing it.
They have all that.
You're starting to see those stories leak out.
The only other company that's out there that's doing the same thing is TikTok, which is actually a ChaiCom company.
So the Chinese communists run that.
And I don't see a lot of difference between what Fake book and Twitter and these guys are doing versus the Chinese Communist Party, the way they're treating conservatives and Republicans in this country.
They're grabbing all of our data.
They're censoring what we see.
How is that any different than what the Chinese Communist Party does by banning certain types of information that flows to their citizens?
There is no difference.
No, there is no difference and the fact that it's happening blatantly in a free country or quasi-free country is even more disturbing.
When you've only got one political party and you've got gulags and you've got labor camps, it's a little bit easier, but it's happening right here.
Our guest, Congressman Devin Nunes, mentioned Lee Smith.
For the record, I don't have enough time here.
I wish we could do this for hours.
You need to know what this man has done for America, the cost to him personally, and why he will not stop.
You can read about it in Lee's incredible book, The Plot Against the President, or even better, start with the movie from the great Amanda Milius.

I have such a long list.
I scribbled down here the things I want to talk to Devin about.
And I'm just going to get personal because you kind of brought it up.
You talked about the attack pieces, a hundred in a day, which is a metric.
Now, I thought I was a pretty cynical guy.
My parents were kids under Nazi occupation.
As adults, they were persecuted.
My father was arrested, tortured, and imprisoned by the communist regime in Hungary.
So I thought, ah, DC, I'm ready for that.
I was wrong.
When I went to the White House to serve as deputy to the president, I was ready for personal attacks on me.
I got that.
You know, the 52 hit pieces by one journalist alone in six months.
But when they started attacking my wife, And when they started attacking my 18 year old high school age son in articles where he was described in the title as a traitor, I wasn't ready.
I didn't think it was that bad.
I don't want you to get too personal here, but I'd love you to give a glimpse to our millions of listeners across the country.
Of the toll on you and your family.
What the left tried to do to you.
What they are still trying to do to you.
And what your response was to those libelous, scandalous smear campaigns.
Yeah, I think this is a message of hope and how you can fight back.
So, clearly what they did to my wife, what they did to my children, what they did to all of my extended family, including at the time, My 98-year-old grandmother, who lived just a short distance away from me, unfortunately, she passed away at the ripe old age of 101 and a half, just a few months ago.
Stalking her, stalking everybody in my family, anybody that I had ever done business with.
And now you see, it's kind of ironic that you see now the left is starting to eat their own, or they're attacking senators, Democratic senators on their boats.
in bathroom stalls.
These are the types of tactics that should not be tolerated in the United States of America, but have been normalized over the last five years.
You could even make an argument that this dates back probably the start of it was the whole Code Pink movement.
Soros and a lot of these billionaires that funded this, they continue to go in and fund races for district attorneys letting out That's one of the problems we have here in California.
But I would say this, that there were a lot of dark days.
And look, there's not a day that it goes by that I don't get attacked.
There's actually probably not a minute or two that go by that I'm not attacked on some of the social media sites.
But still, any given day, I'm getting hit pieces.
Now I'm down from probably, what, averaged 15 to 30 a day for the better part of four and a half years.
I'm probably down to two, three, or four, or five of them.
But the irony is that now a lot of the attacks are a little different.
So now the attacks have changed a little bit because I'm fighting back.
And they're actually now going after the fact that I'm fighting back.
They're doing fake hit pieces on the fact that I'm fighting back.
So how am I fighting back?
I'm bringing defamation and conspiracy cases
Against these fake news outlets and I'm and I'm winning You don't you don't read that if you were to Google it right now You'd see all kinds of crap out there But the fact of the matter is is that just in the last few months two of the most critical decisions have been made I'm successfully suing the Washington Post in Washington DC And that case is moving on to discovery the Eighth Circuit really granted a landmark appeal I'm suing another company in
Fake news company and journalist in the Midwest.
The Eighth Circuit gave a landmark appeal on that.
So we're winning.
And the funny part is, is this fake news outlets continue to produce fake news.
And so I will continue, and I've said this to them, and it's as if they don't believe me.
If you slander me or defame me, which is illegal in this country, you will get your day in court with me.
So I'm also, I have a case now active in Texas.
We're very hopeful on that case.
The fact of the matter is now, they've turned away from all the fake news that they created over the last five years, essentially equating, and they still imply it sometimes, that I'm somehow connected to Vladimir Putin.
Because when they can't blame global warming, or they can't blame the white racism, they revert back to Russia.
And of course, that always involves me and President Trump, which is ridiculous.
But we are winning these cases.
Um, I believe that this is the, this is going to be the key how to fix a lot of this in America.
You've got the social media component, which is a problem, but at the same time, these media companies that are mostly owned by billionaire activists that are out there as a propaganda arm of the democratic party, this is not okay.
And you're seeing federal judge after federal judge begin to say this.
Uh, and if you want to clean up politics in America and I think reset America.
Yeah.
The fact of the matter is that you can't have two standards.
And that's really what we're dealing with here, not to get technical into defamation law, but in the 1960s there was a case, New York Times v. Sullivan.
It basically treats public figures like you and I different.
We have to prove that when somebody lies about us, that they knew they were lying at the time, which is an absurd level of proof that has to be challenged.
We can do a whole separate show on that one.
In the meantime, follow this man, support him.
He's one of the fighters leading the way.
Nunes.house.gov is the website.
The book is Countdown to Socialism.
And he's on the alternative sites.
He's on the parlor.
He's on Instagram.
He's on Rumble.
And that is, of course, Devin Nunes.
So let's let's get to what made you and, of course, his podcast as well.
What made you famous is your stand that that historic press conference you gave.
When you said there is no Russia collusion, but there are very serious things such as the unmasking, the illegal unmasking of American citizens.
Let's talk about the concrete cases.
I for one, I don't think I'm personally affected in this instance, although I know the FBI did surveil us in the White House.
I think the biggest story that hasn't been adequately understood Well, I hope so.
is the unmasking part of the corruption, that we're talking about hundreds of Americans who were politically targeted and their identities revealed or they were surveilled on spurious arguments.
Am I right in saying that's still a big story that has to be understood by the American people and you think at some point it will be?
Well, I hope so.
I mean, you're starting to see it now more with these investigations that are occurring with the FISA court because that's where some of this occurred.
Yeah.
But let's go back in time a little bit.
So you essentially add, I knew there was no there there with the Russia issue because I was the one in 2016 that was criticizing the Obama administration publicly saying it was the largest intelligence failure since 9-11, the failure to understand Putin's plans and intentions because Putin was essentially having his way with the Obama administration going into Crimea, Libya, Syria, a whole other issue.
So fast forward, and at the end, the only people who hadn't seen the P-take dossier and the Steele dossier was you and I and the Republicans, basically.
Everybody else had seen it, and it was an absolute joke.
Once you did see it, there was no way anybody could take this seriously.
So you had that going on where I was out there consistently saying, look, I'll gladly investigate this, but I don't have any evidence.
How is it that I'm on the Gang of Eight, I've been around, I've been very involved in watching what Putin's actions are, and I have zero evidence whatsoever other than tweets and public press releases from the Clinton campaign.
And then this, at the time, that bogus ICA that came out in early 2017, I was just simply going out there and saying, look, I don't see any evidence of this.
I don't see any evidence of it, but we'll gladly investigate it.
Which we did, and we found nothing, but we found lots of malfeasance.
So that's one investigation.
But you're bringing up another issue, and you may remember, the way that we got into this was because We had massive leaks.
When the Flynn transcript leaked, Paul, that was unprecedented.
Every FBI agent in America should have been out looking for who did that leak.
Let's be clear here.
So the enormity of that is we're talking about a U.S.
intelligence service intercept of a communication between a U.S.
citizen and a Russian national, the transcript of which, classified, was leaked.
Yeah, so that was a major leak that every FBI agent, and I just couldn't believe it.
From the very beginning, I was saying, look, there's no Russia stuff here, but what the hell is going on with this leak?
How is this even possible?
And why aren't people talking about this?
This was a major scandal my whole time that I had been on prior to anything that would leak out from a supposed intelligence intercept would be a A massive scandal at the highest level and every FBI agent should be out trying to hunt down the person who is leaking this information.
Then you may remember, you fast forward just a few weeks, then we had the leak of a transcript between the President of the United States and the Prime Minister of Australia.
Then with the President of Mexico.
And all of a sudden, what in the hell is going on here?
What the hell is going on?
We had seen this a little bit before during the Iran nuclear deal, a few leaks like this that we believed were unmasking.
So that was a separate investigation that was ongoing.
And clearly, there were major crimes that were committed there, which is why at the time, people get these two issues conflated between the Russia hoax investigation and the unmasking.
And in fact, they're basically two very separate things.
And I said so at the time, in the press conference, very clearly, because all the fake news media, because that was at a time I was still talking to them, and I thought I was doing the right thing by briefing everyone, being transparent, doing the things that I think the American people, in a normal world without a propaganda media that just go out into fame and attack, if you had a real media, you would want to be out there and be transparent with them, like I was doing.
And the questions came, oh, you're leaking information to the White House.
You're subterfuging the Russian investigation.
I said, no, no, no.
None of these unmaskings have one damn thing to do about Russia.
And in fact, that still is the case.
The unmaskings that we then were able to prove, several hundred of them done by Obama-era officials, At first, we looked at during the Trump transition officials.
Those all happened.
They all occurred.
They were all unmasked.
And then pieces of those, I believe, were illegally leaked.
But look, as we found out with Flynn, which was a little bit different issue as we later found out, because we don't believe that there was an actual masking there.
That was just pure straight corruption of somebody.
Whoever was listening to that went out and gave it to someone.
That's a different crime in and of itself.
But look, it's hard to track down who conducted these leaks.
But the fact that they were using the intelligence apparatus, using this technique of unmasking to then get dirt on your political opponents, it happened.
At one time, there was an investigation.
I don't know if some of that's been handed off to Durham or not.
I would have no way to know that.
But it was a major scandal in our nation's history that we still haven't gotten to the bottom of.
Yeah, we have to discuss that.
Have recent events, as the Sussman indictment, given you hope that there will be some justice in terms of the Russia hoax?
Yeah, and look, I remain hopeful.
As I said earlier, you can't be in this job, live in California, and have your whole family and anybody around you be attacked relentlessly.
I have to have hope.
I have to get up every day and think that We're going to ultimately reach that soccer mom, that independent, the guy out there working in the field, the guy driving a truck.
The normal people that make this country go have to, at some point, realize things like, wait, wait a second here.
Um, this white, everybody's a white supremacist, uh, go on targeting my, uh, a local parent because they go in and complain about something, uh, mandating all sorts of vaccinations, even for people that have already been vaccinated or have already had the virus.
To blaming global warming for anything under the sun.
All of these issues, I think, overwhelmingly, we'll be able to reach the population.
But first it's going to take people going to rumble, going to parlor, so that you can't win wars, especially political wars, wars of ideas, if you have one side that can't communicate with each other.
And that's really our problem here.
Even amongst conservatives and Republicans, we don't have a platform that we can all, you know, can, can converse on.
Parler is up.
It's back going.
It's not nearly where it was with nearly 20 million of us on there.
But I encourage, look, we all got to get to these platforms, these free speech platforms, so that we can open back up that channel, that pipeline of communication.
And then from that point forward, once we have all the facts, have all the information, we can invite others to get on those platforms and join us so that they have ways to listen to your podcast, your video podcast, my podcast.
That's going to be the solution, and we've got essentially about a year from now to get it done.
Thirteen months.
We've got to reach those independent voters so they throw, they realize the danger of socialism and communism to the United States of America.
Follow this man on all those alternative platforms, especially rumble.com.
The book is Countdown to Socialism.
You talked about the threat to this nation.
You were the head of the Intelligence Committee in Congress.
You are fully aware of what I and more than a million federal employees have to regularly go through, that we have to fill out an SF-86, a background investigation form to acquire or maintain our clearances.
You have to, you know, for me one of the biggest sections because I was born, you know, outside of the US, is you have to report all the foreigners you know or all the people who are not American who you stay in touch with like, you know, buddies from high school in the UK.
So that is a part of the requirement to work in national security.
I have to ask you because you mentioned his name.
Give us the unclassified expert's opinion of what it means to the safety or rather to the vulnerability of America that the son of the current White House incumbent is a man who got $83,000 a year from one of the most corrupt energy companies in Ukraine.
Who got a 1.3 billion dollar deal from the Communist Bank of, National Bank of China, who on the verified laptops that he left to get repaired in a Delaware repair shop, there are voice transmissions of his phone calls, recordings, where he boasts, we played the audio here on my show!
Of being in league with, having as his business partner, quote, the effing chief spy of China.
Just let's take politics out of the equation.
What does that mean to the potential vulnerability of the United States, irrespective of what party that man's father comes from, given that he's at the Resolute Desk today?
Well, I think the sad part with all of this is that the nation was brought through a whole impeachment charade that, by the way, I actually had to run that also for the Republican side, you may remember.
So another issue that I was involved in that a lot of people confuse But look, it's the old adage that whatever the left accuses you of doing, they're doing themselves.
And now it's becoming quite clear that the whole Ukraine hoax had to have become because of Biden's vulnerabilities.
He was tremendously vulnerable to on his Ukraine issues because of his son.
He was taking money from them, also taking money from Russians, and then of course the China issue.
And we never know what the big guy, the 10%, we still don't know what the hell that means.
And this is the key.
This is one of the reasons why Republicans need to take back control of the House, is because you get those gavels.
You get the ability to subpoena, because I don't think under any scrutiny Could you have somebody who's, we still won't have an accounting for all of that, supposedly there's a criminal investigation ongoing.
The Democrats aren't investigating it.
And now you see that he's switched over, and now he's got these art deals that are going, and then you have all of the fake news that continue to cover this up, and of course the social media companies, and on top of that, and probably, I don't know, Seabass, there's a lot of bad things that have happened here.
But I think one of the most ridiculous things that we've seen Throughout this whole charade is when you had 50 or 60 former top Intel people and military folks Come out right after that Hunter Biden laptop and say that this had all the hallmarks wrote a letter Yeah, that got out to the media had all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation I mean everyone that signed that letter should never be employed by
Any of these woke corporations... Well, and none of them have retracted it.
It's just outrageous.
I think that shows to the level of the elites in this country what levels they're willing to go to.
All those people had to know this wasn't Russian disinformation.
I mean, give me a break.
Just like they knew That Trump didn't do anything wrong in Ukraine.
They had to know that Biden had a problem with Ukraine because, my God, it was probably the Clinton people that leaked the information out on Biden.
It was fake news, original people that whacked Biden back in 2015.
I mean, it was essentially a warning shot.
Biden, don't get in the race or we're going to expose all this dirt on your kid.
I mean, that is part of what we were able to uncover through the impeachment hoax, right?
So And then, of course, you've got the Steele dossier and the joke that anybody at the FBI ever took that seriously.
So, you know, look, you asked me, do I have faith?
I have to have faith.
I think that that 27 page indictment on lying to the FBI on one side, it's very scary that you can that American citizens would walk in on their fellow Americans and make up crap, multiple people making up crap, taking it into the FBI at the highest levels of our government.
That's really scary.
But it's a stunning indictment.
Because I don't think any of us ever thought that people would go to that length to actually lie to the FBI.
I hope there's a lot more to come.
I've had faith in Durham because largely there have been no leaks and I think that's a good thing.
That is a good thing and that's a very unusual thing in this fetid swamp that is Washington DC.
I've mentioned this numerous times on the show that that 27-page indictment You don't need to be a lawyer to understand how serious it is.
I mean it is internal emails from the Clinton lawyer to people who are faking, who are creating this narrative of Russian banks and the Trump organization.
It is a thriller like.
Let's post the document right now on our social, on our Twitter, our Facebook pages right now so people can read it.
Okay.
You are unusual because there are a handful of people with the letter R behind their name who truly fight and are not intimidated by the smear campaigns and by the dictatorial tactics that are being deployed in this nation.
Does the rest of the party have what it takes Are you having a ripple effect?
Will you talk to us about whether or not the conservative establishment in this city has the stomach to do what needs to be done to bring back rule of law and America as that functioning republic, that shining city on a hill that Reagan taught us about?
Look, I always... I've been out in the news a lot recently.
None of my own doing, right?
It was a lot of fake news.
But I always tell people when I'm out on the campaign trail, and I've traveled around the country a lot the last few years, and I tell people, look, just because you only see me or Jim Jordan on TV doesn't mean that there's not a whole bunch of people fighting.
So remember, all the Republicans that are on the House Intelligence Committee, they also got attacked too.
Yeah, I was the lead, they were trying to take me out, but they attacked everybody and they all stood firm.
And for the large part, the challenge has been that if I look over my time being in Congress, clearly Republicans have become more conservative on the whole than when I was first elected.
But sadly, you have some really bad apples that are out there that the fake news then promotes.
And I think sometimes we fall into that fake news narrative trap.
They love it.
The left loves it.
When we spend our time attacking what are just a few bad eggs that are likely not even going to be around in a short time, is my opinion.
You mean that when we waste time attacking those who are on our side nominally?
Well, the ones that are really not on our side anymore.
Yeah, the rhinos.
Yeah, my point is there's very few of them, but they get a lot of headlines.
Yeah.
But when you've got everybody else behaving well and not, you know, and we're very frustrated with some of these people that the fake news puts out there as kind of the front.
Oh, if they could only be like these normal Republicans that are out there.
Look, those guys are going to be gone.
You're already seeing a lot of them retire.
A lot of them are not going to be reelected.
But I think that any time we spend on that, we're kind of falling into the trap of the fake news and the left.
They want us to be kind of attacking our own.
And we got to be careful.
Not to spend too much time on that.
If Republicans in my area decide that I need to be replaced, they'll vote to replace me in a primary.
And I think we've got to let that play out.
We've got to be cognizant of it.
But I just don't want people to think that somehow this party has become weak.
I think we've become much, much stronger.
And look part of it is because the country has got become more and more dangerous and sadly I was in that position at the very beginning like we talked about earlier.
I thought it was fine to go out.
I thought I was doing the right thing by going out and briefing all of the media, having press conferences, doing sort of that sort of thing.
So, you know, now today, look at where I've changed, where I say, no, no Republican should be talking to any of the fake news outlets until they apologize for all the damage that they've done the last five years and retract their fake news stories, which they still have not done across the board on many different issues that we don't have to get into that we've already talked about.
So no, Republicans should not be talking to the fake news outlets.
What they should do is spend more time.
We have such a great lineup of conservative podcasters that are on that are on Rumble.
There's so many of them, Seabass.
I mean, it's not just you.
There's just there's there's lots of them.
And we crush the left.
We crush them because we're right.
We have good ideas.
So Why some of these and I get so frustrated I see my colleagues they get my microphone stuck in front of them And they and they respond even guys that I'd like even guys that that you'd be surprised about that are really tough guys They still talk to the fake news.
I don't I don't understand.
I don't understand why they do that I saw this very early on in the White House.
I made a decision.
I'm not talking on the record, off the record, on background to any of the fake news because they want to destroy my boss and they want to destroy the mandate that 63 million Americans gave him.
So I'm so glad you've made that decision and we need to stick to it.
Until they actually show integrity, we shouldn't assist them because you're giving oxygen to the lies and you're providing credibility by giving them that soundbite.
Okay.
I'm curious.
And if anything, what they should be doing is number one, not talking to them.
And number two, if they get defamed or slandered, they ought to be doing what I'm doing, and that is to take them into court and let them prove their fake news.
And look, after all those cases that I've been bringing, not one of them Has ever agreed to meet me in court because you would think if I'm such a bad guy and you have all this dirt on me and it's true.
Why would you not want to get me in discovery?
Yeah, you would get all the information if I'm if I don't want to be in discovery.
That's the issue.
They don't want to have to they don't want to have to show how much they manufactured.
That's the point.
And that's why more legislators Need to get into the courts to get the courts involved in these decisions because we cannot this is not okay What's happening in this country right where fake news can completely?
Destroy you and your family just because they can knowing that they're owned but largely by billionaire families that are essentially oligarchs for the for the left I mean, it's just it's so easy to understand.
I just can't believe why more of my colleagues can't understand it.
Maybe you have to be like me.
And, you know, like I said, you know, I used to do that.
But, you know, finally, you have to get like hit upside both sides of the heads with with with with hot flaming pans and then shoved into a broiler for a while.
You know, so there's nothing they could do to me any longer.
That's got to impact me.
I'm not afraid of them at all.
You continue to slander me.
And I'll continue to take you to court.
I love it.
I'm not afraid of them.
Do you believe that America is the greatest nation on God's earth?

Send the left a message today.
Last question.
I'm curious, have you identified, is there something about your background, a factor in your upbringing, your immigrant history with your family that makes you the fighter that you are?
So I'm curious, have you kind of zeroed in on that?
And secondly, what is your message to those who, after November, feel dejected, demoralized, and feel like giving up on America?
Well, let me take that last question first.
We've kind of already talked about it.
The left wants you to do that.
The left wants you to focus on this stuff.
So stop it.
Don't take the bait of attacking former presidential candidates of the Republican Party.
It's a waste of time.
If you're in one of those states where you can have real reform to election law, then do it.
And on the second hand, what you ought to be doing is calling out these oligarchs Whether it's Bezos who destroyed Parler for a while and cut off their communications, whether it's Fakebook and what they continue to do, whether it's Fakebook and Zuckerberg who put nearly some, we still have an unaccounted half a billion dollars, that is worth your time.
But the main thing is, if you want to, what's the old saying that Ronald Reagan used to say, if you want to be depressed, go outside and lie down.
If not, stay in the fight and be here to help us win.
It's interesting, to your first question, what drives me?
Well, I sadly, now you can recollect, I was forced to get into politics because my family, we worked very hard.
We came from the Azore Islands.
We started small farms, we were farming.
And slowly, in the great San Joaquin Valley, the breadbasket of the solar system.
And what I noticed when I was a kid, you know, we didn't have a lot, but we worked hard, we played hard, and we were, you know, slowly growing.
And it was something to be proud of.
And then slowly, our water was being cut off.
And it made no sense to me why we would take this very fertile farm ground, and then suddenly, you know, I was out there working in the fields, and I would watch crops burn up.
You know, and I think that leaves a mark on you when you see, you know, when you plant something, you work hard and it starts to grow and it dies.
And I think that's what really kind of drove me into this.
And I realized quickly soon, when I was probably a teenager, that I'm going to have to be involved in politics or else, you know, my family is not going to be able to survive.
The land that we're farming is not going to be able to be farmed anymore.
So I've watched, here in the San Joaquin Valley, we were the guinea pig, I like to say, of the radical left.
So the 60s radicals, the first people they went after were farmers because they adopted, at the time, it was the green movement.
That was at a time when they were just targeting emissions.
Of course, now that's turned into a whole cult of global warming that's wild, where they blame forest fires on it and everything else.
Anything they can blame on it, they blame on it.
But we were at the forefront of that.
So those early lawsuits that came from the Endangered Species Act, whether it be the Spotted Owl, those sorts of things, those all impacted me, my family directly, all of my neighbors directly.
Right before I ran for Congress, they closed down the entire timber industry here.
We had several lumber mills that were here, thousands of people that worked in it.
All those were closed down.
At the time, this was 20 years ago, the Clinton administration going out, they took all the Sequoia Kings Canyon National Park, made this huge monument and told the lumber mills, get the hell out.
So all these towns where we were taking in timber and we were producing lumber, we were providing that to the rest of the country, That was all eliminated.
Well, at the time, you had people said, look, if we don't work, number one, we're losing our jobs.
Number two, do you realize that we have the skill set here?
We're the ones maintaining these access roads.
We're the ones that's taking all this fuel out of the forest.
And if you don't do it, It's going to burn down.
And so those are historical facts that motivated me.
And now today you see the hypocrisy of these fools, whether it's Newsom or Kamala Harris or Biden or even Obama.
They'll fly in here, they'll parachute into the San Joaquin Valley and they'll say, oh my God, Yeah, there's a drought.
No, there's not a drought, you morons.
It's because you're not using the system that was built to withstand five years of drought.
Instead, you're dumping water out to the Pacific Ocean.
And then they say, oh my God, fire, smoke.
Look at this.
It's global warming.
What a better Hollywood production than to have fires and smoke burning around you.
I mean, I can't even breathe when I go outside right here now because there's so much soot and ash falling all over.
And they say global warming.
So these are Dangerous people they're cold.
They're a cult.
They're hypocrites and you asked me How did I get involved in this is because I was radicalized by these people because they took away The ability of me my family my neighbors to make a living and so every day I get up and And I'll continue to fight these bastards and I'll point out their hypocrisy.
Look, you got me kind of ticked off now, Seabass, but that's the background.
Look, I'm so glad I asked the question.
I mean, it's a beautiful imagery because you said, you know, you were ticked off.
You became pissed at seeing the crops, the work of your family's hands.
burn up because of stupid, ideologically driven mismanagement.
And right now, for us as a nation, not just the 22nd district, you're fighting to stop not the crops burning up, but the foundational principles of this nation.
So I'm glad I asked the question.
You've still got that fire in your belly.
If you were here in the studio with me right now, I'd reach across the desk and I'd shake your hand because We need many, many Devin Nuneses in America, but you are an inspiration.
Listen to this man's podcast, support him if you're in his district, follow him, and just be a bit more like him.
God bless you, Congressman Devin Nunes.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
