Thank you.
Thank you.
Allow me to be clear.
If you take to the sea, you will not come to the United States.
The time is never right to attempt migration by sea.
To those who risk their lives doing so, this risk is not worth taking.
Again, I repeat, do not risk your life attempting to enter the United States illegally.
You will not come to the United States.
What an utter disgrace.
What a contemptible human being.
I'm Sebastian Gorka and that is the Secretary for Homeland Security, an individual who goes by the name of Mayorkas, who has just sent a message, you heard it as clear as day, to the people.
Suffering under the dictatorship in Cuba, telling them, don't you dare try and leave that country.
You need to stay in that dictatorship, just like that war that split Berlin down the middle.
We want to keep you inside suffering.
You don't get to come here.
Why would he say that?
When we have thousands, literally, more than 6,000 illegal aliens crossing the border every single day, and not doing it safely.
People have died crossing the Rio Grande, getting drowned, dying of starvation and dehydration.
So safety can't be the issue, because if safety were the issue, my orcas would be saying what?
Nobody should try and come here illegally.
Nobody should pay the coyotes to smuggle them in unventilated, un-air-conditioned vehicles, lorries, and to have them cross the desert?
If you cared!
You'd say that to everybody from Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, and the other 150 nations that have been found to try and cross our borders.
So why, dear friends, why is he saying it to Cubans?
It has nothing, and absolutely nothing, to do with the fact that they'd have to cross the sea.
Because that's dangerous as much as Crossing the Rio Grande or spending three months walking through treacherous territory in the hands of cartel smugglers?
You lying sack of propaganda.
So what is it?
Well, perhaps the answer comes from the fact that the face of the Democrat Party has been silent with regards to Cuba.
The Squad has nothing to say.
Why?
Well, let's look at Cuban-Americans.
Let's look at the population of Miami.
Let's look at Cubans in Florida.
Who do they vote for?
Yes, they vote Republican.
Why?
Because they, or their fathers, or their grandmothers, escaped Cuba in the last 62 years, made that perilous journey across the ocean to America.
Why?
Because they wanted to leave communism.
They wanted to breathe the sweet air of freedom that America provides those who come here.
So this is reason enough to deny those on the streets of Havana and across Cuba today their chance of freedom.
Because it's all politics.
You know it.
I know it.
And Alejandro Mayorkas, who himself profited from his parents getting out of Cuba, that's the most reprehensible aspect of it all.
He's not Alejandro from Spain.
He's not Alejandro from Guatemala.
He's a Hispanic of Cuban descent.
And he says, screw you, my fellow Cubans.
You can stay in your prison.
You can stay locked up in your rotting dictatorship.
Because if you come here, you're not going to vote for my party.
You're not going to vote for the extremist policies that the Democrats believe in, including open borders for who?
For people from our hemisphere who we can amnesty and then turn magically overnight into millions of new Democrat voters.
People who didn't escape communism.
People who weren't politically persecuted like my father was in a communist prison.
People who just came here for economic reasons.
Who just wanted a job.
And claimed amnesty and refugee status?
Not because they live in a dictatorship.
Mexico is a hellhole.
But it's not a communist dictatorship.
Guatemala may be one of the most corrupt nations in our hemisphere, if not the most corrupt.
But it's not a one-party state with gulags.
So that's the difference.
You're worth something.
Not a lot.
But you're worth something to the Democrats.
If you're coming from a place where, you know, you sympathize with socialist policies, with the welfare state, with unthinking, drone-like political identity, then you can come across the border illegally in your thousands.
Because we need you.
Because our voters, they're not having babies!
We need to create new voters, and if we're not having children, well, we're just going to have to import them!
Illegally!
And then wave our magic DHS wand and give you naturalized citizenship status.
That's why they're not commenting about Cuba.
And if they do, like that Assistant Secretary of State, they lie!
Oh, those people who are chanting Libertad and waving the American stars and stripes, it's because they've run out of vaccines.
It's because of some vague, weird response to the coronavirus that Havana hasn't adequately stepped up to.
No, you lying scum.
It's because they want to be free.
Like the colonists wanted to be free in 1776.
Like my parents wanted to be free on the wrong side of the Iron Curtain.
Like those people in 1989 who with their hands and chisels and pickaxes physically dismantled the Berlin Wall that was there, not to protect them like Donald Trump's border wall, but to keep them in.
Like Mallorcas wants to keep them in a communist regime.
This is when you realize, my friends, it's not politics.
It's evil.
When you would condemn your fellow man to living in a dictatorship just so that you can maintain control of power in your country, that is the quintessence of evil.
That shows such utter disregard for your fellow man that eventually any crime is justifiable.
And that's why you, me, and all patriots are more important than has ever been the case since 1945.
I'm Sebastian Gorka and this is just the beginning of America First Clear Alright Mic's on.
Mic's on.
Hello, Rumble.
How's it going, Rumble?
Hey, Rumble.
Oh, it's Bastille Day. - Yeah.
And yesterday was French Friday.
Yes!
What is French Friday?
Yesterday was Tuesday.
We celebrate French Fries.
It's a national French Friday.
Oh, I didn't know that.
Well then.
I'll have to get some French Fries sometime tonight then.
Titles.
I hit something for Jenna.
Uh, Rona McDaniel.
Down with the GOP or Rona McDaniel is a liar.
Jeff?
Rona McDaniel is a liar.
That's what I was gonna say.
Yeah, it was spicier.
Spicy!
McDaniel is a liar.
And for that... I don't know, inspire me.
Alejandro Mayorkas is scum.
You used the word skunk quite a bit.
I did.
I used it once.
Oh.
You used it a second time?
Or no?
Shad?
You called him... Oh, that's right.
You called him a sack of... This isn't politics.
This is evil.
Something like that.
Oh, that's good.
Yeah.
This isn't politics.
This is evil.
Comma, this is evil.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Got it.
This is... He must have... He must have no soul.
I mean, seriously.
There must be a... A darkness.
A black void.
Does anybody in that administration have a soul?
Some of them are just stupid.
I mean, Jen Psaki's not evil.
She's just thick as a brick.
Useful idiot, yeah.
Aye, aye, aye.
Two minutes.
Zwei Minuten.
Zwei Minuten.
Um, the letter.
It's three pages.
Do you want, like, the first page or where they all signed it?
Just the first page.
Just the first page.
Alright.
What do you think?
Sometimes it looks better where they all signed it.
Or maybe just first and last.
Can they do that?
Because that's a better image because then it's sideways.
Yeah.
Yeah, first and last.
Can you, can Eric print it for me?
So I can read it.
Yeah, send it to me and I'll print it.
Are we calling him or?
He's calling.
Okay.
He is calling in.
Anniversary of the Sedition Act.
Sedition Act!
Oh, can you dig up one of the shorter cuts?
Which ones?
From this week or previously?
From CPAC.
Oh, uh, Trump?
Yeah.
Yeah, I have the handful of them from, uh, Monday.
Which one?
You wanna see them real quick?
No, just read them to me.
The police mega mag is the shortest.
Police?
Oh, that's good.
Come in with that.
That's cut, too.
Yeah, that's, uh... Um, I'll, I'll, I'll tee it up.
I'll tee it up.
That's right.
It's very simple.
If you support defunding the police... Yep, that one.
Okay.
I'll tee it up.
Yes.
Okay.
Okay, 40 seconds.
30 seconds, standby.
Standing by. Standing
by. Standing by.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Have you seen the latest news?
Inflation.
It's not a theory.
It's happening.
Record-breaking inflation figures.
Are you ready?
Do you have a plan?
Whether it's inflation, whether it's cyber attacks, whether it's the disastrous economic policies of the Biden regime, you've got to be prepared.
Next time it may not be gasoline or milk or toilet paper.
It may be the whole food supply chain.

What are you going to do if one day, for whatever reason, natural disaster, man-made or other, you go to the grocery store and the shelves are empty?
You're just going to tell your kids, your wife, sorry honey, it's going to be stone soup for dinner?
No.
Be prepared.

Okay.
Let's go to first call of the day.
Alex in Brooklyn called in as soon as we opened the lines.
Welcome, Alex.
Yeah.
Hi, Sebastian.
Thanks for taking my call.
And I have a serious question because I'm watching what's taking place in Cuba, where people are rightfully taken to the streets to fight the communist regime that's dictating over them and to fight for their freedom.
And meanwhile in our country, I'm watching how the Democrats are working and taking over this country with censorship, critical race theory, spending money through the roof till, you know, they hope our economy collapses so that way we'll be needy to them and then they'll be having a lot more power.
And my question is, at what point do we fight back?
But not just with words, with our hands and our feet and with weapons.
Like what they're doing in Cuba.
Do we have to wait until we're in such a dire situation?
So who would you attack first and what weapon would you use?
We get this question regularly.
I'm just wondering, do you think we should start shooting people, Alex?
No, no, no.
You don't get to prevaricate.
Do you think you get to shoot people at this point?
I think, not at this point, but at some point, yeah, right?
In Cuba, they have a right to go and attack the dictators and kill them.
They absolutely have the right.
At certain points in our country's history, we have fought for our freedom with battle, right?
And that was the right thing to do.
And if we, if H.R.
1 comes into place here, then they're going to have power for always.
And I think, I'm not suggesting, because it's actually, they can go after me if I suggest we should do and make an insurrection and, you know, an uprising.
But what else do we do?
There's a certain point where you really have to fight back, and I don't know.
If you don't know, Alex, I would put it to you right now that it is not that threshold.
If you don't have certitude, well, you better, because you're talking about taking human life.
You're talking about violence.
If you don't know, then perhaps you shouldn't be raising the question.
I'm asking the question because I don't know.
If you don't know, then we are not there yet.
Okay?
We are not there yet.
Thank you, Alex.
We are not there yet.
All right.
Let's go back to what we did at the first day when I got back from my vacation.
We celebrated the incredible sea pack that I sadly couldn't go to because I was on vacation.
When your wife says you're going on a family reunion, you're going on a family reunion.
But it was epic, and my old boss gave a superb speech.
Here's a little taster.
It's very simple.
If you support defunding the police, vote for the radical left Democrats.
And you see what's happening to the cities where they defunded the police.
There's never been anything like it.
If you want more police and more cops on the streets, vote for America First Republicans.
Or, let's put it very simply, vote for MAGA.
Make America Great Again.
MAGA.
MAGA, MAGA, MAGA.
Vote for MAGA, MAGA, MAGA, MAGA.
It wasn't in the swamp.
It was in Texas.
I couldn't be there.
I need to ask the man who made it possible.
Matt Schlapp, did you miss me?
We did miss you, Sebastian Gorka.
And more importantly, the thousands of people who filled that ballroom to capacity missed you.
I have to say, while I'm on, I saw a post from your lovely wife.
I think it was yesterday or maybe this morning.
Happy anniversary to both of the Schlapps.
Well, we got home from CPAC.
I had to go to Miami and pick up my two youngest daughters.
I get home.
I haven't done anything.
I bought a gift in the airport.
That's how pathetic it is these days.
But we had a great dinner.
You know, the Swamp is back open for business.
We actually went to a restaurant in the middle of Washington, D.C.
Everything seemed kind of normal.
That must not... I bet that doesn't last too long, Sebastian.
They'll find some reason to... Oh, they will.
They will.
So, for those who couldn't be there, gotta be at the next one, wherever it is.
Share a little bit of the highlights.
We've got you for two segments, but everybody needs to see the President's speech.
But what was it like to have a CPAC not in the usual location in the Swamp Match Lab?
Well, first of all, it was filled to capacity.
We sold every ticket we could sell.
The spirit was wonderful, happy people, you know.
Our people are happy people.
They're worried people, but they're happy people.
And, you know, I think that the highlights for me, not just the President, obviously, was we have this new concept, which is you have all these former Cabinet Secretaries in the Trump administration who are staying on point on their issue set.
So we had Chad Wolf talking about the disaster at the border, and we had Matt Whitaker talking about how You know, how these Democrats will use their power to go after their political rivals.
We had Rick Grinnell talking about the weaponization of the intelligence community and how, because nobody went to jail when they did it before, they're going to do it again.
And they already have with Tucker Carlson.
So, you know, these, we never had this before with the former heads of these really important agencies are essentially continuing to message and to work For political change, I think it's pretty exciting.
No, very, very exciting.
And what can you tell us in the future?
Is it going to be a roving CPAC?
Is this a temporary thing?
Are you done with the swamp?
Because I've got to be at the next one, but I want to know where it is!
Well, you know, I believe we have a contract with the Gaylord, but we're going to revisit everything.
Aren't we all doing that in our lives?
Where do we live?
Where do we send our kids to school?
What organizations do we support?
I think we're all rethinking everything, and the one thing we've learned is that people are voting with their feet out of these failed blue cities and blue states.
They're streaming to these red states, and that's what's going to drive the economy in America, and that's what's going to drive the functional part of our society as well.
So I think basing CPAC in these big megastates just makes a whole lot of sense.
Yeah, everything is changing permanently.
People are voting with their feet.
And I'm going to be at the next one, wherever it is.
He's Matt Schlapp.
He's the chairman of the American Conservative Union.
He's the man who makes the biggest conservative convocation every year possible.
And it's amazing.
Follow him at M Schlapp right now.
That's M Schlapp with two Ps.
He'll be with us after the break.
So wherever you are, whatever you're doing, stay on this channel, won't you?
Clear.
So did you have fun, buddy?
Mics are on.
Oh, it was awesome.
Mics are still hot on Rumble.
What was it like working with the location down there?
Was it good?
Great.
It was a friendly owner.
So, they were nothing but hospitable.
We really did sell out, which was really cool.
Fabulous.
The heroes were these grassroots people, you know, who had been speaking at all these community events.
Did you have some of them speak?
Some of these people challenging CRT, did they take the stage?
And I don't remember their names, because they're not necessarily famous, but, you know, they were on our panels.
And I think that the biggest characteristic of this CPAC was People were told how they could make a difference.
They weren't just told what the problems were.
We linked them to solutions, and I think that's what people are hungry for.
Good.
Can't wait.
So what's the next one?
What's the series of programs for the rest of the year?
I don't know.
You know, we did a donor program as well with this one, and I'm kind of wondering.
There's so many good groups that need to get funding.
I'm kind of wondering if we don't focus on that in the next 60 days.
My brain is a little tired, but it's also a little open to, like, What is this next step that we take?
And I think that's... I tell you, I don't know about you, but I woke up this morning, I've been in a foul mood all day.
And that's very unusual for me.
And you know the reason?
I just had it with the institutional GOP and the RINOs.
I'm so pissed, Matt.
Yeah, I don't blame you.
But the thing is, if we're going to get the majority back and hand it to this party, and if it doesn't, if it does the old model, it's over.
It'll be over.
Yep.
Gotta work.
Gotta fight.
Gotta push.
Let's do lunch.
Let's do lunch when you can.
I'd love it.
Yeah, let's do it.
When you've recharged your batteries.
I'm back.
Just give me a day or two.
I'll be good.
That was such a lovely photograph of a Mercedes posted.
Oh, I know.
We were young.
We just had our 25th anniversary last week.
25th anniversary.
That was a beautiful photo, but it's, you know, you know, You still think you're young, and then you look at these photos, you're like, oh my God!
I'm just very happy that I can still, just with a little bit of Vaseline, I can still get back into the suit I wore for my wedding.
That's good.
That's good.
One and a half minutes.
Standing by.
All right, we're going to talk about what happened.
It was your YouTube channel, correct?
Is that correct?
That was suspended?
Yes, we're suspended for a whole week.
We got a first strike.
Just kind of like a coincidence that it happened right after we joined the lawsuit.
Just a coincidence.
We will mention that and then I'm going to ask you to retell that amazing story you told at your house about Mark Robinson.
One minute.
Which story?
Which story was that?
That at your party right at the end when we were in the garden when you said like it was like the Holy Spirit came down when somebody asked him why he was doing what he was doing.
That was such a great story.
Yeah, totally.
It was great.
All right.
Standby.
40 seconds.
Standing by. Standing
by. Standing
by.
This is America First, and here's your host, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Welcome back, dear friends.
We're talking to the chairman of the American Conservative Union, the father of the incredible CPAC meeting every year, just occurred in Texas, and something strange happened on the way to the forum.
Matt Schlatt, what happened to your YouTube channel last week?
Well, I had the audacity to Be invited up to Bedminster for the President's announcement for this major class action lawsuit, and CPAC signed onto it.
And then we played the press conference on our website.
And because they have such great animosity towards President Trump, they issued us a strike, which some of your listeners, I'm sure, have gotten.
Yep.
And which means that you had dangerous content.
And then they said we couldn't post anything for a week, which made it impossible for us to post anything from CPAC on YouTube.
And which means it's now the second Trump speech in a row that they have essentially canceled.
Unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
What is the right response as a conservative, Matt?
Because we have these calls for government intervention, breaking them up.
You know, there is a point at which we say there has to be a government response as such a role model for conservatives.
What is your gut reaction to the way to proceed with big tech?
Well, I do think we have to have all options on the table.
We can't let a blind following of our philosophy keep us from looking at all those options.
I mean, our philosophy is supposed to guide us, right?
It's not supposed to be some rigid structure that keeps us from looking at all the options.
And I think when it comes to this lawsuit, we signed on to it because we got educated.
You know, these entities say, well, you can't really Uh, you can't govern us.
We have the right to censor our own content because they're private entities.
And what the lawsuit seeks to make clear is that they're actually not private companies.
They're pseudo-government entities that do basically everything Obama, Michelle Obama, Joe Biden.
The California DNC.
That's right.
Whatever they suggest, whenever they call, point out somebody that needs to be cancelled, well, guess what?
There's a 95% chance they get cancelled.
When they all said, Right.
you should remove Trump from Twitter and Facebook.
Well, guess what happens?
He gets removed from Twitter and Facebook.
So what the lawyers are arguing is that this is too cozy of a relationship for them to consider themselves somehow separate from these Democratic government regulators and elected officials.
And I think it's a very, very ingenious concept.
Yeah, it's a very powerful, powerful case.
We've got to take it all the way to its final conclusion.
We talked to Matt Schlapp.
Follow him, M. Schlapp, on Twitter.
That's M. Schlapp.
Matt, in the last two minutes we have, you regaled your guests at your house recently with an incredible little story about the new Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina, Mark Robinson, who's a regular guest of the show, and it was It really should be the way we think about all these challenges.
Would you share it with our millions of listeners and viewers?
Yeah, I mean, I had the honor to be with a lot of great supporters of the NRA, and the Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina was one of the speakers, and we've known him, we've had him at CPAC, and I've had the terrible misfortune of speaking after him, which is, you just never want to be that guy, because he's so amazing, but he spoke at this event, and He was a powerful voice.
He has a powerful life story, but he hits his big hand, the palm of his hand on the podium, and just says, he'll be damned if you'll be looking up at the ceiling of his deathbed wondering why he didn't do more to defend America.
And he slapped that podium and raised his voice, and it was a really, really powerful moment for everybody in the room.
And I had several people say to me that, like, That's exactly how everyone feels, which is, we've got to work now.
And they just felt like it was almost like a moment where the Holy Spirit was calling all of us to wake up.
Wake up!
You don't want to be an old man or an old woman regretting that if you had just realized how serious the threat was, we could have saved the country.
We don't want to be like those Cubans on the island where Mercy's family comes from, where, you know, you're so desperate you have no guns because they've taken them away.
You have no money because they've taken it all away.
You have nothing except your Your hands and your feet and your brain and, you know, maybe you can pull that out, but most likely, you know, you could be slaughtered.
And we don't want to get there in this country.
And your freedoms, when they start slipping, they slip fast, Sebastian.
You know that.
It's so true.
And if there had been a Second Amendment, if there had been an armed citizenship in Cuba 62 years ago, things would look a little bit different today.
What a fabulous observation, of course, coming from Matt Schlapp married to Mercedes Schlapp, who knows the reality of what her Cuban relatives are suffering today.
Follow him, M. Schlapp, and come to the next CPAC, wherever it will be.
It'll be an amazing jamboree.
Thank you, Matt, and welcome back to The Swamp.

Bernie Sanders, he's supposed to be an affable old chap, isn't he?
A kind of kind grandfather.
But he's irascible!
He gets very irritated very, very easily.
He has a strange relationship with socialist countries, or communist countries.
A little reminder, this is the individual who, during the Cold War, as an American Jew, no less, Decided to honeymoon.
Yes, honeymoon.
You don't believe me?
Look it up.
Honeymoon in the Soviet Union.
One of the most anti-Semitic modern regimes.
Fine by him.
Does he have anything to say about the events occurring just 80 miles off our borders in Cuba?
Well, kinda.
Took him a while, but then when he was asked, he got a little irritated.
Cut five!
Play cut!
I support, throughout Latin America and in Cuba and every place else, the right of people to protest for a decent economy and for political freedom.
Absolutely.
Did he discuss President Biden's situation in Cuba?
No.
Look, my main focus right now, and what I'm spending all of my time on, is Reconciliation Bill.
No!
I am not talking about it with Biden.
Why?
Why so tetchy?
Why so sensitive?
That's the old guard, in the literal sense of the word.
How about the fresh faces of the Democrat Party?
They have been strangely silent in the last five days.
Strangely absent.
Perhaps the fact that their socialists, in fact, AOC, the leading member of the squad, wasn't elected as a member of the Democrat Party.
You are aware of that, I presume.
She was elected as a social democrat, as a socialist, in everything but, you know, an adjective added on to it.
What's she interested in?
What is her latest propaganda item?
Is it saving the people suffering in Cuba?
No.
It's more insanity.
If you thought the Green New Deal wasn't bad enough, you'd be right.
AOC, video cut ten!
Speaker Pelosi, the White House, and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer have taken that threat quite seriously.
They know that we fully intend on acting out on that if a reconciliation bill does not come to the floor of the House.
And, you know, we have many, there's many, many different actions that we need in a climate bill for reconciliation, whether it's a civilian climate corps, whether it is increased infrastructure and investment in rail and mass transit.
Polluted on?
How are you polluted on?
Didn't she go to college?
And she's calling for what?
indigenous, black and brown and low-income communities that are polluted on and often experience the greatest brunt and will be experiencing the greatest brunt of climate change-related infrastructure failures.
Polluted on?
How are you polluted on?
Didn't she go to college?
And she's calling for what?
A climate bill for black and brown people.
If she gets a black and brown people climate bill, do I get a white person's, I don't know, Second Amendment bill to protect my rights?
Is...
Is that how it works?
Are we going to have color-coded laws in America?
Because I think we tried that once already, didn't we?
Wasn't that when Democrats had plantations with slaves?
Then we had laws for people depending upon their skin colour.
I think there was a word for that.
There was segregation, there was slavery, there was separate bathrooms, drinking fountains.
Has she forgotten that somehow?
Is her grasp of American history so tenuous that she thinks we need laws based upon our race and our skin color?
It's truly stunning.
I mean, you must maintain a certain level of humor because otherwise you realize the depth of the depravity that is today's Democrat Party.
A party that has nothing to say about the people locked into dictatorship in Cuba.
A Democrat Party that runs away from its responsibilities in the Texas Statehouse.
Lectures you on beef burgers and your F-150 pickup truck But takes grinning selfies on private jets as they escape their political responsibilities in Texas to fly to DC with their keg of beer.
That, that tells you more than you will ever need to know about the Democrat Party, who they are and what they really, really think of you.
They detest you.
It doesn't matter whether you vote for them or not.
Especially if you work with your hands.
You are beneath their contempt.
Because they get to fly on private jets.
And you're just fodder for their political machinations.
Oh dear, am I still in a funk?
I'll get out of it.

Whoa.
Oh!
He didn't mention Q.
He does sometimes.
He rambled on about houses or something.
He's on and off sometimes.
He's the guy that called, or was he, about the aliens.
He's the one who hates Mr. G. What?
Nobody can hate Mr. G. He talks crap about Mr. G every time he gets on the air.
Uh oh.
Some things are just off limits, man.
Alright, 10 seconds.
Standing by.
Remember when men were men and the Democrats weren't lunatics?
It's time to make America great again with our nation's most beloved legal immigrant, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Where can you go from ELO to ACDC?
I'm sorry, guys.
Fess up.
It's only here on America First.
Nicely done, Shad.
Not incongruous at all, actually.
It just fits beautifully.
Who does James Carvel remind you of?
Is it the Crypt Keeper?
I mean, there's just something really creepy.
I didn't even know the guy was still alive.
I mean, he's like, he's like one of those desiccated mummies from Egypt, isn't he?
Apparently he's alive and he's back on CNN and he's got something interesting to say about his fellow Democrats.
Cut 11, James Carvel.
And, you know, again, we're seeing it time and time again.
We're letting a noisy wing of our party define the rest of us.
And my point is, we can't do that.
I think these people are kind of nice people.
I think they're very naive and they're all into language and identity.
And that's all right.
They're not storming the Capitol, but they're not winning elections.
And I think people sort of see this for what it is, and people are way more interested in their lives and how to improve them than they are in somebody else's pronoun or something.
What?! !
You're not allowed to lecture people on your pronouns?
Ooh, that's it.
Carville is done.
He's toast.
Is he ever going to be invited back onto CNN?
Oh, and by the way, this is the guy who's calling for normalcy.
Do you remember?
Who said what about Clinton's accusers?
Do you remember what he said?
If you drag a dollar bill through a trailer park, this is the kind of trash you get.
Oh, he's such a sweet and nice person.
Let's go to some Patriots.
Robbie, New Mexico, line one.
Welcome to America First.
Dr. Gorka, thank you for taking my call.
I wanted to just call and let you know that back in 2016, my wife and I were both huge Republicans and we're actually, we're both Reagan conservatives, I guess you could say.
We voted, we committed our vote to Donald John Trump, not for him to win a popularity contest, but for him to roll his sleeves up Get to work and get things done.
And he committed himself to promises that he kept every step of the way.
And that's the way we look at it.
I couldn't agree more, Rob.
And I'm thinking, God willing, when he runs again and he comes back, we need that times a hundred.
We need to take this stinking city and dismember it, dismantle it, get all the unrepresentative swamp dwellers out of their jobs, the subversive, kick them out, fire them and create a government for the people, by the people, of the people. fire them and create a government for the people, by And it's going to take somebody who's not a politician, not a member of the establishment.
And I don't see anybody, anybody right now except Donald Trump.
God bless you, Rob.
You're so right.
We didn't vote for him to be a nice guy and to get along, go along, to get along, but to get stuff done.
Stay on the line, Rob.
We'll send you a signed copy and your wife of The War for America's Soul.

You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump. - Where do you stand on the establishment GOP?
I think it's one of the biggest problems we face in America today.
And that's why I'm so excited that in our third hour we will be talking to Jenna Ellis, former attorney to the President of the United States, who has said that she is no longer a Republican.
Why?
Because of the lies of the Republican Party.
Their utter ineptitude.
Is it ineptitude?
Or is it?
A conscious decision not to have taken the requisite actions last year to prevent the massive voter fraud that we see finally being uncovered across the nation.
And because since November they have lied through their teeth, including the chairperson of the RNC, Rona Romney McDaniel.
And one of Jenner's colleagues, colleague of mine and a friend on the Election Integrity Alliance, former Commissioner for the New York Police Bernie Carrick, well, he's being very outspoken about the chairperson and the state of the GOP and the last election.
And if you missed it, here he is, Videocat 7 Commissioner Carrick.
What do you think about that, Bernie?
Do you think that's accurate, that they fought very hard for President Trump?
She's a liar.
She's a liar.
Okay.
That's what I think about it.
I saw the email.
I saw the email when it came over Jenna Ellis' phone.
I saw it.
I read it before we handed it to the mayor.
I got to see it.
Don't tell me it didn't happen.
I saw it.
I was there when the mayor got him on the phone.
The mayor called him.
He did not answer.
He called the mayor back, and when he did, the mayor told him he should resign or he would be fired.
The mayor then talked to Ronna McDandles.
He told her what happened.
We sent her the email.
She said he would be fired by morning, and then he basically disappeared for a few months, only to be seen again ...online as the chief counsel or general counsel for the RNC.
They should both be fired.
She's lying.
She's lying to the president now.
She's lying to the country now.
But more importantly, John, they were completely backstabbing the president.
They were completely backstabbing the president.
They weren't doing a damn thing to get to the bottom of the election results.
And I think it's outrageous.
God bless Bernie Kerrick.
He's talking about Jason Reamer, who after the election, as Mayor Giuliani, as Jenna Ellis, as our good friends Jodah Jennefer, Victoria Tunsing, were fighting to get to the bottom of what had happened in those four battleground states where the voting mysteriously stopped when the President was ahead, and once it restarted, that advantage was magically reversed.
And that RNC lawyer, in an email to Rona McDaniel, said that Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis are undermining the GOP by trying to get to the truth.
And worse than that, you can see them because Jenna's posted them and this is why she's left the GOP yesterday.
He said, it's better when quote, our guy loses because we make more money, we get more donations.
When those emails were shown to Mayor Giuliani, he immediately contacted the RNC.
and was told by the chairperson, Rona Romney McDaniel, that Jason Reimer, who said those things, as lawyer to the RNC, would be instantly fired.
She lied.
He just disappeared for a few months, and now he's back as Chief Counsel to the Republican Party.
And now, Rona McDaniel is denying she ever did that.
That she ever promised that.
Well, tough luck, Rona Romney McDaniel.
Because we have the emails.
Jenna's posted them.
I always had a bad feeling about that woman.
But to actually have the evidence of this moral turpitude publicly, to lie to the American people, to acquiesce, to assist in the subversion, not only of American election integrity, but in the future, the second administration of Donald John Trump as president.
Is there a more grievous Sin that you could politically commit as chairman of the party whose president shares the same R after his name?
She continues to deny it and that is why she has to go.
I've come to the conclusion That while the left is the left, and we understand it, if you know your history, you understand what the Green New Deal is.
You understand it's socialism with a green cloak.
You understand that Biden is just as racist as he was when he tried to block Clarence Thomas, a black man, becoming an associate justice in the Supreme Court as he is today.
He's still the same man.
He's a bigot.
When you see a party that is, on the one hand, promoting critical race theory, when it's, on the other hand, denying it even exists, it's doing so, why?
Because it is the party of racists.
There was no Southern strategy.
That is gaslighting.
There wasn't some magical flip.
Political parties don't flip, okay?
Doesn't happen.
Not in America, not anywhere.
The Democrat Party was and is the home of institutionalized bigotry and racism.
Always has been.
The Ku Klux Klan wasn't created by Republicans, wasn't created by People who love America in a patriotic sense of that word?
No!
It's created by Democrats!
Who looked down on their fellow man and saw people who were black-skinned as chattel!
As property!
Abraham Lincoln?
I mean, just the insanity, the bare-faced cheek of it, when you see Democrats in the mainstream media trying to compare, in the same sentence, Barack Obama to Abraham Lincoln.
Do you understand what party Abraham Lincoln was from?
Do you understand he was the first, the first Republican president The Great Emancipator wasn't a Democrat.
He was a Republican.
So we understand when Biden says, I don't want my kids growing up in a racial jungle or you ain't black if you're not voting for me.
We understand that's Democrat DNA.
That's their gene pool.
It's no surprise the imminent threat they pose to all our freedoms and have done since the beginning.
But right now, in order to get ourselves back to where we should be, that righteous position is the greatest nation on God's earth founded by Christians on Christian values.
It's the husk Of the Republican Party that is the greatest obstacle.
Fake conservatives.
Liars like Rona McDaniel.
Rhinos like her uncle Mitt Romney.
Those individuals who... It's just money and power and fame and fancy cocktail parties with the quote-unquote elite.
That's all they care about.
The GOP's raised $200 million since the election to root out the fraud.
Where did that money go?
Because I know Rudy Giuliani didn't get it.
I know Jenna Ellis didn't get it.
Who spent it, Rona?
Where is it?
Is Rudy's being attacked and having his law license suspended?
Where is it?
Did it buy you a new home?
A little darcher somewhere?
It's time to fix the GOP.
Root and branch.
But guess what?
More than 50% of the GOP local positions are unfilled.
So you want change like I do?
Step up to the plate.
Change the party yourself.
And then we'll be good.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First, and you're listening to the Salem Radio Network.
Mic's on.
Clear.
That was a good one.
Thank you.
Are we coming in with something for Army?
Um, no, I'll tee up his cuts.
Okay.
We've got three cuts for you.
Oh, I got an idea for that one.
Yeah.
Did the RNC steal 200 million dollars?
Ooh.
Where's the 200 million, Rona?
Rona.
There we go.
Yeah.
You're right, by the way.
I've never seen Bernie that mad.
I know, I gotta... Oh!
Yeah, he's right!
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, but it's not... What?
I mean, if she's replaced, it's not gonna be... No!
Good, uh, just, you know, if he talks to you in the breaks, you reply if he talks to you in the breaks, alright?
Alright, hang on.
Okay, I'm on the line and the mics are on.
Army!
Hello!
How are you, my friend?
It's been too long, how you doing?
It has been too long.
I'm doing great.
How about you?
Good, good.
So this Inside BLM, is it out?
Is it new?
I need to know the... It is out.
It is new.
In fact, last time I did the show, we were in the middle of shooting it.
Okay, so is it one long film or is it clips that you're posting?
It's one long, like, 17-minute short documentary.
Okay, and where can people watch it?
Um, YouTube, you know, my YouTube, my Facebook.
Okay, good, alright.
And what's the... My webpage.
Okay, so Army Horrors, where do you want me to drive people, to your webpage, or to YouTube, or where?
Uh, probably YouTube.
Okay, good.
All right.
Good.
We're going to talk about that, and we're going to talk about the resurgence of your last one from Harlem.
Is it Harlem?
It's Harlem.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That video officially does 1-2 million views a year.
It's amazing.
Wow.
Every year, 1-2 million views.
We're going to hold you two segments, 9 and 7, and we're going to be live in 40 seconds.
Awesome, looking forward to it buddy.
Alright, stand by.
Okay. 30 seconds. Stand by. Stand by. Stand
by. Stand by.
On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first!
It's incredible.
I'm watching the TV screens following the news.
What is it?
Texas state legislature meets for what?
30 days in a year or like 20 odd days in a year.
It's great.
They have to go back to their real lives.
So for that less than a month, they earn $7,000.
Okay?
So if you're a state legislator, you earn $7,000.
So my question is, Who paid for the private jet?
Because you didn't pay for it out of seven grand, I'm telling you that.
We've got to get to the bottom of that story.
In the meantime, push back, be part of the solution, especially now that the Biden administration is attacking small businesses across the country with a fake infrastructure plan that's actually a tax hike, the $15 minimum wage, and all the other things that target small and medium-sized businesses.
How do you do that?
Join forces with the Job Creators Network, the good guys who represent small businesses that employ more than 60 million people across the country.
They're looking for a few good men and women to join their small business advocacy and advisors program that will help you get your articles placed and to get your face on local TV advocating for small and medium-sized businesses.
Join them, they'll train you up and you can become part of the solution.
Go to joinjcn.com today.
That's joinjcn.com today.
He's back!
It's been too long.
He calls himself a gonzo journalist.
I can't say that because I just think of the Muppets when somebody says that.
I call him a guerrilla filmmaker and he's got a doozy of a new film.
He's Armie Horowitz.
Armie, welcome back to America First.
It's a pleasure, you handsome devil.
Ooh, I like that.
I like that a lot.
You just told me in the break that the last time you were here, I think it was in studio, you were actually in the midst of working on your latest guerrilla movie and now it's finished.
It's out there.
You can watch it on his YouTube channel, ARMY.
What's it called and what's it about?
It's called Inside Black Lives Matter, and it's self-explanatory.
I spent basically most of an entire year in 2020 filming this short documentary.
And it was me going to every major riot across the country.
I probably went to 12 or 13 riots.
I went to maybe 15 or 20 major protests.
And we interviewed one of the founders of Black Lives Matter, Malina Abdullah, in Los Angeles, one of the original organizers of the organization.
So we really get into the heart of what BLM is.
The thing about my videos in general is that it's one thing for us to say what somebody or some organization or some theology is.
It's different when they tell you.
Yes.
And everything we've been saying, people say, you're speaking hyperbole, they're not Marxist, they don't hate America.
I say, really?
They tell me all of these things.
So that's why I think the video is so important, because you hear it in their own words.
It cannot be disputed.
Right, now this is why what you do is so essential because nobody, nobody in the mainstream media is going to do this but you're going to do it.
You're going to the belly of the beast with your camera and you're going to get it from the horse's mouth.
Let's listen to one of them.
You went to CHOP.
You went and talked to the autonomous district and to one of the BLM leaders there called Jaden Grayson just to find out what they want.
Cut 12.
Play cut.
Jayden Grayson was the Seattle organizer of CHOP, one of the largest BLM protests in the country.
At the criminal justice system, the courts, all of that needs to be taken away?
Absolutely.
Without question.
Should we abolish the prison system?
Yes, we should get rid of it as we know it today.
Get rid of it?
Yes.
She doesn't seem confused, that army.
There's no kind of nervousness.
When you ask her a very simple question, get rid of the prisons, get rid of the courts, she says, yes.
She's actually annoyed that I actually, I asked her this, I asked her again, I should get rid of it.
She looked at me like, yes, did you hear what I said the first time?
I said, no, no, I heard you, I heard you.
By the way, this is not some radical BLM person who's off the reservation.
This is mainstream thinking within the BLM leadership, within the organization.
Again, People don't understand the radicalism of the organization.
You know, and CHOP's a great example.
Every single time I went to one of these places, I was either shadowed by a Black Lives Matter person, or I was attacked.
This is what I wanted to ask you.
This is the very next question I wanted to ask, because we think of what's happened to Andy now.
The assaults, the lack of any kind of action and protection from the police.
How do you do this, Arm?
You're going into these very dangerous places.
How do you do that?
Cocktails.
That's the answer.
The only way to do it.
Why would anybody want to do that?
That doesn't make any sense.
How do they look at you?
How do you even get to take the interviews?
Without revealing too much, I obviously don't approach them as Ami Horowitz, a Jew extraordinaire.
Handsome devil, handsome devil!
That's right.
I have a gnome digger, and I've created a universe around this gnome digger which keeps me safe, anonymous, but once in a while... Do you go in there as fake news?
Do you say that you're fake news?
Exactly.
They love that.
They love the fake news.
But once in a while, I went to Poland, I got recognized, and they started attacking me, throwing shards of glass at me.
I mean, it was...
There's nothing more depressing than going to these riots and watching American cities burn.
You mentioned the mainstream media, and I think it's a very important point.
I can't tell you how many times I would see and watch CNN, MSNBC, ABC, and their cameras were down when the looting and the rioting was happening in front of us.
And then when the cops responded, their cameras would go up.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
They are physically deciding to pre-edit reality?
Absolutely.
In fact, one moment stands out more than the rest.
There's a lot of moments.
But I was interviewing a woman, and she's telling me, I want to kill cops.
I want to kill white people.
And she was going on in this vicious rant.
And standing next to me was a member of the media, listening to this entire conversation.
I was thinking to myself, wow, I'm setting him up for something that he would not have realized or gotten to on his own.
And when I stepped away and he began to interview her, he didn't follow up on a single thing she said.
He started asking her questions about, how does it feel, what's the verdict, what's going on in your mind?
It was astonishing!
I could not believe how he ignored the radicalism, the viciousness that was coming out of her mouth.
It was really, truly incredible.
Have you ever challenged, have you ever asked the fake news when they're doing that, what they're doing?
Sure, they just poo-poo me if it's not true, it's not what we're doing.
We're trying to show the reality, we're not putting a spin on anything.
No, of course, they make it up.
But I think, look, the important takeaway, and there's a lot of takeaways, but one of them in particular is...
The thing about Black Lives Matter and the organization, they're not hiding the ball.
I didn't have to trick them in order for them to spew their radicalism.
I have to ask the right questions.
So when I ask them, are you Marxist?
Are you against the free market?
The free market racist?
They've never been asked that question.
So she looks at me and says, of course it is.
Of course we're against the free market system.
Of course we're Marxist.
This wasn't something that I had to pull from her.
Melina Abdullah, one of the founders of the organization, has never been asked these questions.
When I asked them, do you hate America?
And their answer is yes.
We hate everything about America.
I'm not talking about one or two people.
I'm talking about the majority of people I've met at these places.
You're doing an incredible service.
We're going to continue to discuss Inside Black Lives Matter, the latest documentary from Armie Horowitz here on America First with me, Sebastian Gorka.
Then we'll get to your calls.
Pepe, Kathy, Janet, don't go anywhere. Clear.
Mics are on.
All right.
And I'm getting that third AMI cut now.
AMI?
Yes?
Have you ever been on Newsmax?
I have been on Newsmax, sure.
All right.
Can you send me, either from this video or from one of the ones you did on the campuses, can you send me what you determined?
Send me your two What are the shortest clips that you're proud of?
Because I want to send it to the higher-ups at Newsmax.
I want to make sure they're fully aware of who you are.
Hi, what's your name?
Short videos, the two that best demonstrate what you do and that you're most proud of.
It's like Sophie's Choice, man!
I know!
I want to see the other 48 hours of your BLM documentary.
Oh my god.
It was... 17 minutes?
Are you kidding me?
Yeah.
Yeah, it could have been 17 hours.
Right!
You gotta do something with the rest of that footage.
It's just, look, the truth is it's repetitive because they're all saying the same thing.
Again, it's not like I'm cherry-picking this stuff.
It's not like, you know, I asked a hundred people and I got five responses that I wanted.
This is it.
This is what they believe.
And the other thing is, you have to understand that, you know, they always try to differentiate between the rioters and the protesters.
And the truth is, most protesters didn't riot.
That is true.
Right.
Here's the thing.
They're two sides of the same coin.
The reason why I say that is because when I ask them, do you justify the rioting?
Do you understand why they're rioting?
Do you support the rioting?
Their answers are always yes.
I probably asked that question to three, four hundred people.
And I can remember two of the three people that told me no.
It's absolutely unjustified.
I'm against it.
Unbelievable.
So, they're the ones who give the air to breathe to these people.
Yeah, it's the permissive environment.
Are most Muslims terrorists?
No.
But do most Muslims understand why they're committing terrorism?
Yes.
And that's all the terrorists need.
They need that air to breathe, the support within their own community.
That's what we call in terrorism, the permissive environment.
It's 100% what it is.
Eric, come in with the new cut from Harlem.
Yep.
One minute, six seconds long.
It's cut 15.
You know how many views that video has?
How many?
It's well over 35 million views.
Well, they're suppressing your BLM one, that's for sure.
Actually, I'll tee it up, because I'm going to do my pillow, all right?
Right, okay.
Tee it up, yep.
All right, one minute, Army.
Stand by.
You're going back to Israel?
You're going back to Israel?
Yeah, because once they get us off the red list, we're going to go next year.
Yep.
Okay, nice.
I'm going with Dinesh.
We're going to have fun.
50 seconds.
Stand by.
Standing by. Standing
by. Standing
by.
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
He stood there.
In the rose garden.
With the President called for America to get back to the Bible, to faith, and to prayer, and they attacked him mercilessly.
He's a very good friend of this show.
His name is Mike Lindell.

We are back with guerrilla filmmaker extraordinaire, Armie Horowitz, whose last video was kind of a record breaker.
Why?
Because of clips like this.
Do you have ID normally?
You carry ID around?
Yes, I have state ID.
Do you carry ID?
Yes, I do.
Do you know anybody, any black person who doesn't carry ID?
No.
Everyone that I know has an ID.
Why would they think we don't have ID?
Ha!
That's a lie.
Why would they say that?
Do you have ID?
Yes.
Do you know any black adult who does not have ID?
No, I don't.
Is it a weird thing to even say that?
Yes, it is.
that I know have ID.
Like, that's one of the things you need to walk around with New York with, ID.
- Do you know any black adult who does not have ID?
- No, I don't.
- Is it a weird thing to even say that?
- Yes, it is.
- What is this, some type of trick candy camera?
- I know, right?
That's the only thing I brought with me.
Those are legit IDs.
I heard a lot also that black people can't figure out how to get to the DMV.
What does that say to you?
Do you know where the DMV is around here?
It's on 125th Street and 3rd Avenue, I believe.
You know how to get there?
Yeah.
Would you have a problem getting there if you had to get there?
No.
I know these sound like silly questions.
You know how to get to the DMV?
Of course.
You know where it is?
Yes.
You can get there?
Uh-huh.
No problem.
No problem.
Just checking.
Okay.
How many views does that incredible video have, Armie?
Well over 30 million views.
Have you ever showed it to a Democrat?
Like one of the ones like Kamala Harris who says, but they don't know how to use photocopiers.
Yes, of course.
And get the same.
Okay, so so they're taken aback, right at first.
And then they counter with, well, you are asking people in New York City.
So yeah, of course.
And I'm like, do you really think a black person in North Carolina or Alabama doesn't have ID?
Do you really, really think that?
These people are dripping with condescension.
They're so condescending to the people they're supposed to be looking after, right?
Ostensibly, that's what their role is, to look after minorities and people who can't look after themselves, which in and of itself is condescending.
It's not condescension.
It's not condensation.
It's not condescension.
It The only part of capitalism that BLM does in fact love is guilt capitalism.
The American dream.
It wasn't made for everybody.
It forgot about one very important detail.
Black America.
That's where corporations and individuals donate massive amounts of money to the organization, even though Black Lives Matter demonizes them and exists to put them out of business.
According to The Economist, between May 2020 and December 2020, Donations to Black Lives Matter-related causes netted over $10 billion.
A significant portion of that money is unaccounted for, and no one in the mainstream media is asking where that money went.
I reached out to over a dozen corporations who have donated to Black Lives Matter, and not a single one would make someone available for us to speak to.
Wow, wow, wow.
Billions of dollars.
We've got less than 60 seconds left.
Everybody needs to watch the movie.
Armie Horowitz on Twitter.
ArmieHorowitz.com.
YouTube channel as well.
Tell us the one thing that surprised you the most in your year working on this project.
Yeah, I would say the most surprising part of this was The fact that the protesters, not the rioters, but the people who are simply saying they support Black Lives Matter as an organization, or as a movement actually, that when I asked them, I asked hundreds of people this question, hundreds, and I got the same answer Except for two.
Two out of hundreds.
They all said, no, we understand while they're rioting, we support the rioting, we justify the rioting.
They wouldn't condemn the looting and the rioting and the destruction of minority-owned businesses around the country.
That was the most shocking and frankly the most depressing.
That's incredible, because it doesn't matter if you're not the one looting.
If you support it, then you're making it possible.
I just want to see more than 17 minutes.
I want to see the rest of the footage, but I'm going to watch that 17 minutes tonight, and you should too.

I've got a professional question to ask you.
Can I call you after the show, after 6?
Of course.
Now, you're based in New York, right?
Yep.
Okay.
All right.
I'll give you a call later.
Thanks, buddy.
Okay.
Bye-bye.
Thank you.
Bye.
All right.
Stuff.
So I don't understand this.
I don't understand this whole Britney thing.
Oh, me neither.
Is she, like, not Compass Mantis and she can't control her money and she's not allowed to have babies?
Yeah, so after, like, the big meltdown thing.
Oh, because of the break?
Yeah, yeah.
And they gave the daddy birth?
Which I remember, like, I remember, like, like, you know, seeing... When she shaved her head?
Yeah, that was, like, that was so long ago, though, right?
And the issue is, the problem with it, I think, is the forced birth control thing.
Unbelievable.
In the 21st century, how the hell do you... When I saw that, I didn't believe it at first.
I'm like, that's got to be a delusion.
There's no way they did that.
If people have the power to do that through conservatorship, that's intense.
That is not good.
Given an IUD against your will, having somebody control all your money because it's something... I can see there's this The importance of putting people who aren't compospendous into control.
I'd like to make sure they have somebody to look after them, but it's been this long.
I'm sure that it's mostly just connections, money, and power that's making this persist as long as it has.
Totally.
It's terrifying.
That was good.
I love Armie.
Yeah, it was.
He's great.
We can just call that one Inside Black Lives Matter.
Yeah.
Yep.
All right.
Inside Black Lives Matter.
I'm surprised he's able to get interviews like that.
Like, with what he's done, you'd think more leftists would recognize him.
There'll be a point at which he'll become dangerous.
You know, Sacha Baron Cohen still tricks people, so... Yeah, but he wears disguises.
He wears, like, over the top, full of, like, beards and sunglasses and everything.
He's from the East Side Massive.
Those early ones, before he became an activist, cretin, were good.
Like, when he gets into MI6 and... crazy.
MI5.
I remember there was one video where he went to like a gun store somewhere like the Midwest or something in disguise, and the gun store owner recognized him immediately.
Oh yeah!
And was like, get out, like I know who you are, and he was humiliated.
I've seen a video of that, that was pretty good.
He, for me, he's the modern Peter Sellers.
He's just loony.
30 seconds.
I think there was somebody, I think, maybe it was George Will?
Somebody wrote an article when the first Borat movie came out about how it's not actually a movie about how Americans are racist, it's a movie about how Americans are just way too polite, you know?
And so when like somebody's a stranger and being weird and telling him to say something, they just kind of like, they just kind of nod and like, yeah, okay, dude, whatever you say.

Kathy in California, line two.
Hello, how are you?
Good, and thank you for being so very patient, Kathy.
Well, I really appreciate your show.
You keep me grounded.
It's crazy in California.
You know, the company I work for has gotten so much free work out of me because of you.
Because the only way I can listen to you is streaming on the radio and you go on an hour after I get off work and sometimes I just stay at work so I can hear you.
Oh my gosh!
Do they know you're listening to me or do you have like headphones?
How do you do it, Cathy?
I'm curious.
I work in an area all by myself so there's no one around me.
Nice.
Are you spreading the word to people you can trust?
I do when I can because I have a second job where I work with the public and during that second job I can talk to people and you know what's really sad is I have people come up to me and when they talk about their conservative values a lot of times they whisper like during the election last time I had a gay couple who come into where I work often and they whispered to me that they voted for Trump and I'm thinking that is so sad that I live in a society where you have to hide how you feel because you're afraid of things, you know.
It's just wrong.
It's terrible.
It is.
God bless you for doing what you do.
What brought you to our sunny shores today, Kathy?
Well, in your earlier segment, you had a gentleman that stated that, you know, the RNC had stabbed Trump in the back.
Yes.
For the way they've handled this whole elections.
They didn't just stab Trump in the back.
They stabbed me in the back, and every other voter, and every other person who has sent the RNC money.
I have sent them money, and I used to get from them in the mail quite often surveys and requests for money, and the last few surveys I've gotten from them, when I fill it out, where the questionnaire will say something to the effect of, do you still support the Republican National Committee stance on whatever it was.
And it was something that Donald Trump had actually accomplished.
So I would cross out the Republican National Committee and I would write Trump in over it.
And they quit sending me stuff.
Good for you.
I think we're getting to the point where we don't give the RNC a penny until they are reformed and we just fund individual candidates we trust and the president's own campaign.
God bless you Kathy for holding the line.
Stay on the line and I want Kathy to choose whichever one of my books she wants and we'll send her a signed copy because she's in the belly of the beast and she's holding the line.
We love it!
Just as much as Pepe, who's keeping America safe.
Pepe from El Paso, welcome back.
Buenas tardes, Dr. Gorka.
How are you?
Buenas tardes.
I am great and I'm happy to be back in studio.
What made you pick up the phone today, Pepe?
Well, two things, Dr. Gorka.
First of all, I just wanted to tell you that the group that we kind of formed here in El Paso is really looking forward to getting the books and I would be remiss if I didn't Send you their regards.
What did we promise you?
Remind me.
Six of your books.
Did we send the six of the books?
Let me look.
Is Eric nodding in the back?
I can see you.
Eric, do you know about the six books?
I'm sure they're on play.
Okay, good.
We will make sure that they are.
Stay on the line just in case we need to back up that address because we need to support that group of patriots that you've created.
What's your second point, Pepe?
Well, Doctor, the thing that made me cold was in listening to this talk about developing legislation for You know, climate change, brown and black people, and then all of a sudden talking about, you know, the RNC.
Kathy was so right, you know, stabbing us in the back.
And then now, Mr. Horowitz, my God, what a great job that man does.
Big set of you-know-what.
But you know, the thing is, the time for benefit of the doubt is done.
Yes.
It's time that, you know, when you get jumped by a rabid dog, you punch him in the snot.
And I think that's time.
It's time that we start now.
Republicans who are sheep in wolves and sheep clothing and the Democrats who are just in our face now.
It's time gloves off.
Yeah, look, look, the trouble is the following.
You know, you can punch the rabid dog in the snout, but then you have to take a role.
So it's not enough to, you know, diss the GOP or to stop funding them.
Pepe, the missing part of the puzzle is that everybody who's had enough, you're right, there's a point at which you just have to act.
Then they have to become politically active.
It's not just not sending a check to the RNC.
It's becoming a local volunteer.
It's taking over the party.
That's what we all have to do, Pepe.
You are absolutely correct, and that's part of what we're trying to do here.
Taking your advice a few months ago, we're getting people involved locally.
because of my work, I really can't do any of that stuff.
But we're maneuvering into positions where we can make a difference.
And then so that when we actually punch the dog in the snout, we actually have some bite to it.
So if the dog wants to bite back, then you've got two or three others that will punch in the snout too.
Absolutely.
God bless you.
We need cells like that of politically active individuals prepared to take the GOP back across the nation.
Stay on the line.
We'll make sure those books are on the way.
I want to double check we've got your address.
Stay on the line, Pepe.
Don't go anywhere.
Take that example.
Cathy spreading the word, Pepe organizing Americans, and we Can't do it together.
You can be part of the solution, not part of the problem.
Because if you're not doing anything, and if you're only complaining, sad to say my friends, you're part of the problem.
But we here on America First have the solution.

I think I saw them already.
I think it was the first two.
Yes.
Didn't I send them to you, Eric?
Great, thanks.
And then here's the letter.
Oh, the congressman?
The spying thing, yeah.
Great.
God.
I don't want to slide his mind off.
Yeah.
Okay.
Okay.
One minute.
Is Mayorkas not on Twitter?
30.
DHS Secretary might be, let me check that.
Yeah, SecMayorkas on Twitter.
SecMayorkas?
S-E-C Mayorkas.
15 seconds, stand by.
Standing by.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Job Creators Network.
work.
It's incredible, you know, I railed against Alejandro Mayorkas at the top of the show.
I just read this on Twitter, thanks to Charlie Kirk.
Not only... Not only is he a Cuban... Immigrant!
He arrived here as a refugee in the arms of his family on a boat aged one.
What an utter disgrace!
Not just to everything we hold sacred.
What a disgrace he is to his family, to his heritage.
I'm telling Cubans, don't you dare come here!
Don't you come to America!
Stay in Communist Cuba!
Unlike me, I got to come here.
But what do you expect?
This is the man who's boss!
The man who bears the title of president today is a senile old man who is even laughed at by his own audience.
This was Joe Biden yesterday talking about the GOP.
I think it was in Philly.
Cut three.
Play cut.
Partisan poll watchers to intimidate voters and imperil and impartial poll workers.
They want voters to dive further And be able to be in a position where they wonder who's watching them and intimidating them.
To wait longer to vote.
To drive a hell of a lot longer, excuse me, a long way to get to vote.
They want to make it so hard and inconvenient that they hope people don't vote at all.
That's what this is about.
It's incredible.
You can see from the eyelines, if you're a seasoned watcher of speeches like that, he is actually using a teleprompter.
He flips between the two screens with his eyeline.
He can't even read a teleprompter.
That's Alejandro Mayorkas' boss, the man we are supposed to believe Not only got 80 million votes, but got more votes than the first black president of America.
An individual who cannot read.
He's not stammering there.
This isn't some childhood issue.
This is the two brain aneurysms and two brain surgeries he's had.
This is a man who is not mentally competent.
But nobody made him run for the presidency.
I love it how people talk about how nice Jill is.
Really?
Who do you think made this senile old man run after 47 years in politics?
No mercy, no pity for any of them.
Especially that utter disgrace.
That reprehensible excuse for a man.
Alejandro Mayorkas.
No Cubans.
Stay in Communist Cuba.
Because I'm fine here.

The End
Thanks for back on.
Mics are back on.
You guys don't need a host.
Eric and Chad can just, you know, take over.
I never heard Eric so animated in two years.
That's because we're talking about all these crazy Californians.
All right, there's lots of cuts I haven't used.
Yes.
I just thought of you.
I just left the Reagan Library.
Oh, stop it.
I just literally slid back in here just to do our time together.
What were you doing there?
Um, well, Michael Medved was there and asked me to come be a guest on a live broadcast.
Wow.
So I did it.
Even though Michael and I don't agree on a ton of stuff, but... What was the occasion?
Uh, he's doing like a big book signing and stuff and... 40.
And I know what you have done comes with great sacrifice, both personal and political.
And you are doing this in support and in defense of some of our nation's highest ideals.
Reporters ask me, well, you know, what do you think about the issue?
I say, look, defending The right of the American people to vote is as American as apple pie.
Right, because that's what the Texas Democrats did.
We have to talk California, and we will because there's big news out of California, but I need to get a response to that cut of Kamala Harris from our West Coast Warrior Princess.
She's the host of The Morning Answer and the Jen & Don Show, AM 590, AM 870.
The answer, Jennifer Horne.
I haven't discussed this enough.
But your analysis of the selfies of the smiling Democrats on their private jet with their cans of beer as they're escaping Texas?
I know.
It's a courageous act.
I mean, really, to hire two chartered planes for $100,000, to fly against FAA regulations with no mask, to drink terrible beer, not even good beer, like Miller Lite or whatever was on there, and then come and sing a terrible song in front of the White House.
I mean, those people, a profile in Courage, and clearly pointed out by the Vice President to calling them courageous and as American as apple pie.
Can you even believe the big lie?
You know, Democrats have been talking about the big lie.
The media has been talking about the big lie.
Here's the big lie.
Republicans are not trying to prevent you from voting.
They want to make sure that your vote is secure.
And the fact that Joe Biden had the nerve to go up on the stage in Pennsylvania And say that Confederates were worse, or excuse me, were better than the insurrectionists.
To say that Republicans do not want you to vote.
It is absolutely insulting to me.
And so I did a topic today on my show and you know what?
I urge you at some point when you do your show this week, I know you're busy, to do this topic because I think we need to get to the bottom of this.
Has anyone in your listening audience, no one in mine had, Has anyone been oppressed when they went to try to go vote?
Have they been prevented from voting from Steve Bannon?
Donald Trump?
Any of these right-wing extremists that the Democrats are telling you about?
Has anybody prevented you from voting?
Because I'd like to find the person that they're basing all of this information on.
And so far, and I've done a couple of now informal surveys on Twitter, on my radio show, no one that I have talked to has said that they've been intimidated out of voting.
Except I had one person who said they were intimidated by Black Panthers trying to get into a polling place at one point.
This is based on no facts, no evidence, no person.
Where is the profile of this one American who has been prevented from voting by a Republican wacko as Kamala Harris and Joe Biden want you to believe?
I'd love to see it.
We still haven't found it.
I think that's a wonderful idea and I'm going to actually put that challenge out on Twitter.
I'm going to be inspired and we'll discuss it on the show tomorrow as well.
I think that's a, you know, who's been intimidated and who couldn't vote because they didn't have a photocopier?
That's the second one.
Right.
I mean, how insulting is that, right?
I mean, to rural America, to black Americans, to say if you're a person of color, you can't show voter ID, you're not capable of getting a driver's license?
It's insane.
All right, well, you're a mind reader.
I haven't managed to play that cut, but you've given me the perfect excuse.
This is exactly where the point at which Sleepy Creepy said that yesterday in Philadelphia.
Video cut 2.
Play cut.
Free and fair elections is just such a threat.
Literally.
I've said it before.
We're facing the most significant test of our democracy since the Civil War.
That's not hyperbole.
Since the Civil War.
The Confederates back then never breached the Capitol, as insurrectionists did on January the 6th.
I'm not saying this to alarm you.
I'm saying this because you should be alarmed.
So the greatest loss of life in American history is 600,000 killed during the Civil War.
But last year, when more Americans voted than ever in the history of the Republic, that somehow is a bigger problem than 600,000 dead Jennifer.
I know.
I can't even believe how they make this correlation.
It's so insulting.
When people don't like something on the left, they call you a name.
How many times are we throwing around Adolf Hitler?
You're Hitler.
You're a Nazi.
You're as bad as the Confederates.
This is Jim Crow 2.0.
This is damaging because Jim Crow was damaging.
This, asking someone for voter ID or extending election hours or preventing a drive-thru election, that's not preventing people from voting.
In fact, it's just making sure that the vote they cast is safe and secure.
Let's start using our words for power because the more people you call Hitler, the more laws you call Jim Crow, the more people you call Nazis, the less power these words have for the really bad parts of history, not only in our country, but throughout the world.
And people throw these words around because they can't articulate what their real problem is with people or policy.
And usually I'm more of an action person than a word person.
But in this case, I think these words matter.
I think we've got to stop doing this.
She says she's more of an action than a word person.
The woman who does 25 hours of radio every single day.
Even does it for me when I'm on vacation.
God bless you, Jennifer Horne.
Okay, let's get to the state of California.
The big news.
We discussed it on your show on Tuesday.
So exciting.
Our buddy, the sage, Larry Elder.
Is he crazy for doing this, Jennifer?
To run against gruesome Newsom?
He'd be crazy not to do it right now.
So this is the opportunity for a Republican to get real traction here in the state of California.
And it is very difficult for a Republican to win statewide office because you have to get over 50% of the vote, usually in a traditional election.
I know Larry was with you yesterday, I heard some of it, and I know he told you that it's very possible that the winning candidate, if Gavin Newsom is recalled, could have 20% of the vote.
I think it could be even lower.
Explain this, you're absolutely right, but the math when they recall is completely different.
It's completely different.
So there are two questions.
The first question is, do you want to recall Gavin Newsom?
You would answer yes or no.
If the yeses win, if there's 50% plus one vote, Gavin Newsom is out of office.
He is recalled.
Question number two says, who would you like to replace him?
And it's all happening at the same time, on the same day, on the same ballot.
And you mark your preference.
Out of how many, Jen?
There are going to be probably a hundred.
The deadline to file is the 16th.
So a couple more days.
But there were already a lot of people and a lot of people you've never heard of before.
But you've probably heard me.
We've been friends long enough where I go a little apoplectic with the Republican Party in California because we spend more time fighting ourselves than we do fighting the Democrats.
And so usually in a normal election, you would hear me say, We need one Republican candidate.
We need to coalesce behind that candidate.
Who cares who it is?
Everybody needs to be on board with one person.
But in a recall like this, I say bring it on, the more the merrier.
Because when you dilute the pool, first of all, everybody who's on the ballot is bringing their own supporters.
Those people are going to vote for the first question.
They're going to vote to recall Gavin Newsom.
And then the second question just means whoever comes out on top.
And I think for sure, now I'm very comfortable saying that I believe Larry Elder will come out on top.
So here's the question.
I mean, I love, you know, he's an inspiration to all of us, you, me included.
But, you know, that's our goggles.
Those are our filters for assessing Larry.
But he's got to have name recognition outside of hardcore conservative circles as well.
Am I right?
He's beloved in California.
I would say of all the people on the ballot, probably Caitlyn Jenner's name recognition is the is the highest simply because of the Kardashians and people who don't pay attention to news talk radio politics.
But out of everyone else.
Larry Elder is beloved in the state.
He has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Yes.
He has been a part of our cultural fabric in this state for a long time and I'm so happy to hear him.
You know, the first question I asked him when he was on the air after he declared with me this week Is what's the issue?
We used to have the luxury in California to say to each other, you know, whoever can handle this traffic problem, they're the ones who could be the candidate.
They're the ones.
But traffic was a luxury.
Now we have so many problems.
So I asked Larry, what is the one that you think is the most important?
And he's nailing it.
It's crime.
Right now, it's a trifecta of schools, the economy and crime.
That is what Larry Elder is absolutely articulating.
And that matters to the people in the middle.
Seb, I would tell you, You know, I'm a realist.
I know it's going to be difficult for him.
He knows that.
But I think when you think about who's supporting who, there are groups of people supporting the candidates who are on the ballot.
There are a lot of people who just don't care, who are apathetic.
But there is no one that I have met that is like, oh my gosh, we need to keep Gavin Newsom.
This guy's fantastic.
We need to get him going in office.
So I really feel like there are going to be a lot of people who just don't vote in this election because they don't think it's important.
And I think typically that's conservatives because we think we don't have a chance.
But now I think Democrats aren't going to vote.
Because they think it won't matter and maybe we have an opportunity.
And there's nobody who's gonna say, I don't care what their political stripe is, there's nobody's gonna say we don't have a crime problem in California.
We're talking to Jennifer Horne.

We'll be back with Jennifer after these messages.
Clear.
I'm still Do you want to record that thing now?
Oh.
Just real quick?
Yes.
30 seconds long.
Let me record it quick.
one yes sure sure you
you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you in the woods.
Mic's back on.
I know.
That was like fortuitous.
Fortuitous.
I like it.
I think they're going to have us do a commercial together for Midas.
Oh, nice.
Hey, how's your dad?
He is doing so much better.
Thank you.
I was so glad.
Is he on the red wine again?
Yeah, he's back on the wine.
No.
Well, no.
Well, you know what?
Since he's been out of the hospital, I don't know if he's had wine.
I'm going to have to ask him.
We need to know.
I know.
I have to get to that.
Now apparently you have to be extra careful.
Don't bump yourself.
Don't get a bug bite.
Because of what?
Cellulitis.
What does that mean?
It's just it's an infection.
It's like a bacterial infection that comes a lot from bug bites.
Like any opening in your skin if there's bacteria that gets in.
You know I hate?
What?
I hate Ticks.
Ew, we don't have many in California.
Ticks are evil.
We have a lot here.
They're not good.
Do your dogs get them?
Yeah.
Well, we have the thing, the treatment that works.
That's good.
But you've got to watch it here.
You've got to inspect yourself.
Yeah.
I know.
Nasty.
Thankfully, we don't have that too much out here.
We just got, like, sceetos and, you know.
Yeah.
And we have sceetos.
Snakes.
Skeeters.
Lots of snakes.
I hate mosquitoes.
You're disgusting.
I hate them.
They're the worst.
And they're really bad right now.
And there's no water, so I don't know what's going on.
I have some family in the Midwest.
That's where it's bad.
Apparently, the mosquitoes are just insane.
Really?
Insane.
Yeah.
Shotguns.
That's what you need.
More shotguns.
We needed those for the cicadas.
They were everywhere.
Hey, while you were gone, we talked to your sheriff that shot the snake.
Yeah, Sheriff Lamb.
That's right.
Did you ask him if he'd shot any more Rattlers with Gawker?
I did.
He said, I hate snakes.
Never seen any before, but I hate them.
It's so funny.
You haven't seen a snake?
You're so lucky.
No, no, no.
No, the funny thing is, I told you the story that when he got in the car, he said, you know, I'm not afraid of anything except snakes.
And then when this Rattler, you know, when he came across this Rattler the same day and shot it instantly in front of us, afterwards he admitted, That's the first snake I've ever seen.
So he lives in Arizona, he's scared of snakes, but he hasn't seen one until the rattler tried to get us.
I don't even know how that's possible.
I know!
That's so crazy.
20 seconds, stand by.
Standing by. Standing by.
Standing by.

Jennifer, I'd almost forgotten this man existed.
But he's back in the news!
It's wonderful, it's delightful.
It's the favorite buddy of that little man.
Teddy Lou, and his name is Ed Buck.
Why is Ed Buck back in the news?
Well, don't forget, a little shifty shift.
They've all taken a lot of money from a very powerful Democrat.
A very powerful pervert.
That's right.
Named Ed Buck.
And Ed Buck... So for those who aren't familiar with this story, so big Democrat donor to little Teddy Lou, you know, pencil neck.
Tell our listeners who Ed Buck is and why he's in trouble.
Well, Ed Buck, a couple of years ago, years ago, 2017, I guess he's a gay man.
He also likes drugs.
And from what we learned this week, he has some sort of like injection fetish, I guess would be the nicest way to say it.
He likes to inject other people, preferably young black gay men.
Correct.
And what happens to them often?
They die.
And in 2017, someone named Jamil Moore died in his apartment, overdosed by Ed Buck.
And no one did anything.
No one arrested him.
Neighbors knew the guy died in there.
I mean, nobody did anything.
Jamil Moore's sister became, I think, kind of a hero activist.
She stood in front of Ed Buck's apartment in West Hollywood, California.
Four months trying to get attention, trying to get justice for her brother.
Nothing happened.
Now a few months later, 18 months later, another man goes into Ed Buck's apartment and does not come out.
He overdoses and dies and nothing happens.
A journalist and a political strategist who is a Democrat named Jasmine Kanick, she started investigating all of this to try to get justice for Jamil Moore's family and for the victim's family.
She starts trying to get people to arrest this guy.
Nobody's moving.
He's absolutely protected in Los Angeles, which is, just as a reminder, very, very strongly Democrat and run by all of these powerful Democrats who are in this club together.
Nothing happens.
A third man is lured into his apartment and is apparently, I guess, injected by Ed Buck with meth.
And a date rape drug of some kind because the guy was immobilized on Ed Buck's floor for six hours.
He could not move.
Ed Buck was screaming at him to get up and leave his apartment.
He couldn't move because he was immobilized because of what Ed Buck had injected in him.
So he gets a chainsaw and comes after this guy.
The guy is laying on the floor, unable to move.
Ed Buck is standing over him with like a power saw.
And the guy explains that he had this immediate, as you would imagine, this spike of adrenaline that goes through his entire body.
He was able to jump up.
He ran out to a gas station and he called for help.
Finally, after two deaths and another attempted murder, and by the way, hundreds of overdoses, He's finally arrested, and this week he sits in court.
They're sitting his jury actually right now, and they'll probably have about a 10-day trial.
He faces nine felony charges.
He's 66.
There's finally some justice, but it got me thinking.
It's amazing how we focus so much on race and crimes committed against Black Americans, but when the perpetrator of those crimes is a Democrat, it's funny how the calls for justice... It's a white Democrat.
It's funny how the calls for justice Nobody hears them.
They just ignore it.
I wonder, and I'm wondering just out loud, if these crimes happened this year, if the same thing would happen.
And I would suspect the answer is yes.
We see Democrats ignore the crime in Chicago all the time because it doesn't fit their narrative.
And it's pretty insane when you have neighbors who said, hundreds of young black gay men would go in and out of this apartment.
Hundreds of times.
He would never call the ambulance.
They would be overdosed.
He'd have to carry them out.
And of course, he's gonna prey on people.
I mean, there could be more victims.
We don't know that.
But we do know he's preying on people who are homeless, who are young, who probably are drug addicts, who have no families.
I mean, how many people went missing that no one knows about?
It's a possibility.
Given everything, that it's taken four years to bring it to justice, given the fact that the media couldn't care less that a rich white Democrat donor is killing young black men, does this guy walk?
What do you think?
Do you think he's that Teflon because it's California?
You know, it's interesting.
Jasmine Canik and the family of the victims spoke in front of the courthouse yesterday.
And they said they feel like it was a win just to get him arrested and charged.
Hang on.
How did I not know that?
How is that not on the national news, Jennifer?
I know.
And this is the thing.
It was never on the news.
These cases were well known.
These men were dead.
Forget that he wasn't arrested.
The media wasn't talking about it.
So why?
Why would the LA Times not pick up this story?
Friends in high places?
That's what it seems like to me.
Incredible.
Unbelievable.

Let's talk about the health of Californians, the future mental health of children in California.
What is going on with the schools, mosques and children?
Oh, it's all freedom.
Wink, wink, wink.
Right.
Yeah, there was a big flip-flop in the state of California this week.
So everyone's thinking about sending the kids back to school, right?
We're about a month away from that happening.
Schools will get back into session in the middle of August here in California.
And so the question is, are those kids going to have to have masks?
The answer is absolutely yes.
The mandate was that you would be sent away from campus if you didn't have a mask on.
Well, the outrage from that statement, because there are people who are going to have special needs and maybe aren't able to wear a mask, there was an outrage.
And so the flip-flopping said, well, we're going to give you freedom.
We're going to let the school district decide whether or not kids will be suspended.
And let me tell you, the loophole here, Seb, is that they're not going to be kicked off campus But you can bet they will not be allowed to attend classes.
They will not be allowed in the classroom without the mask.
And I was talking to a mutual friend of ours.
This is something that's really interesting and I will tweet out the article today.
Who did a lot of work researching coronavirus when at first there was an outbreak.
Do you know why kids have an easier time with coronavirus?
Have you heard about this?
No, we've got a minute left but I want to know.
They have the MMR vaccine, measles, mumps, rubella vaccine.
Most of them have that.
Apparently, it is very effective in preventing COVID, so much so, and this story was buried, that older people who had lots of pre-existing conditions were actually encouraged to get the MMR vaccine because that is what is keeping kids safe from COVID now.
That's why they're not getting it and transmitting it.
Interesting stuff.
It is fascinating, especially, let's play quickly, video cut 14, very relevant, play cut.
The children who are not able to get vaccinated because of their age should follow, their parents should follow with them, the guidelines of the CDC.
That unvaccinated children of a certain age greater than two years old should be wearing masks.
No doubt about that.
Wrong you science denying little fascist Fauci.
God bless you.

We're not like other shows.
We don't do the tick-tock tick-tock.
It's imminent.
It's coming.
It's an IG report.
The world's going to change.
Another hearing.
No.
But I will say something's going on.
In the last 24 hours, last 48 hours, the... What is it Boris calls it?
The freight train of audits seems to be bearing a little bit of fruit.
And who better to discuss them with than the Thank you so much for having me.
The American Integrity Alliance, former attorney to President Trump, regular, not only guest, but guest host on this show, Jenna Ellis, host of Just the Truth.
Jenna, welcome back to America First.
Thank you so much for having me.
Great to be back.
All right.
We've got to talk about all of that stuff.
We've got time, but first, you've made a little bit of news yourself.
So will you talk to us, for those who've missed the Twitter farrago of the storm that is occurring on social media and elsewhere and on your show, Just the News, who is Mr. Rima?
And why does it seem as if the chairperson of the RNC is a liar?
Because she is.
So tell the whole story to all of our listeners.
So this is actually sad that it's making news, and so many people are saying, oh, you're just bringing this up now because you want to make news.
No.
The truth, sadly, makes news when people don't just tell the truth the first go around.
And that's what happened.
So back in November of 2020, Rudy Giuliani, Bernie Kerrick, and I were having a dinner I got an email that was forwarded... So let's be clear here, you are the hardcore colonel of the individuals who are fighting for some kind of transparency and election integrity for the last election.
And you're having dinner... We're having dinner in the midst of, you know, Pennsylvania had just happened, the legislative hearing, we're in The whole process, we all remember that we went through to get the truth out there in a short amount of time for President Trump.
And we're sitting there at dinner, and we had a little time to eat actually, shockingly.
Very little.
And I get forwarded an email from Justin Reimer, who is the GOP Chief Counsel.
So he's the head attorney for the party.
And this email... The guy who should have been in charge for at least a year making sure there wasn't election fraud.
Absolutely, yes.
The guy who should have been backing Trump every step of the way, and they claimed that the RNC was backing Trump every step of the way.
So I get this email that says, what Rudy and Jenna are doing is a joke.
And he goes on to say that we need to just let this go.
They're misleading millions of people by claiming... Who's sending this email to who?
Justin Reimer is sending this to Liz Harrington, who is now President Trump's spokesperson who was working for the RNC.
It was part of a thread that comms people, lawyers, other people for the RNC... And you get hold of it?
And I get a hold of it from someone within the RNC that forwarded it to me and basically just says this is a joke and we shouldn't be supporting this and this is undermining election integrity efforts.
Meaning questioning the results and trying to get transparency is a joke to Mr. Reamer?
Yes, and he is undermining President Trump.
And I also get from someone in the RNC that, another series of emails, and also that Justin Reimer had been saying that the RNC actually fundraises more when a Democrat's in office, so we just need to let this go.
So this is a very important point.
This is a voice inside the GOP establishment saying, it's better when our guy loses the election because then we make more money.
Yes.
Yeah.
And that's all that they care about.
Right.
So and I have the receipts.
Everyone can go to my Twitter at Jenna Ellis ESQ.
I have put them all out there.
So this is not just me claiming that I saw this email.
Bernie Kerik saw it.
Obviously, Mayor Giuliani saw it.
But we actually have the receipts.
They have been published out there.
And so what happened, of course, is that then the mayor looks at this.
This was November 28th.
He calls Justin and says, you better resign.
You're not for the president.
And Justin denies the email.
Says, oh, you know, you don't know what you're talking about.
So then, of course, the mayor calls Ronna McDaniel.
She backpedals.
She says he will be gone by morning.
She promises us and she promises the president she's going to fire Justin.
Back in November.
Back in November, November 28th of 2020, she claims she's going to fire him.
Justin goes dark.
We don't hear from him.
We think she kept her word and fired him.
It wasn't until months later, in February or March, Bernie sends me an op-ed written by none other than Justin Riemer And he's still claiming to be the RNC chief counsel.
So we go, wait a second.
So we're going to stop right here.
The story continues.
The man who said it's good if our president loses the election because the GOP can make more money.
He's meant to be fired by the chairperson, Rona McDaniel, in November.
Doesn't happen.
And the story explodes again two days ago.

It may be our food supply.

Are you?
We're back with Jenna Ellis, chair of the National Board for Election Integrity, the Election Integrity Alliance.
And we're halfway through the story.
This guy who's not on the president's side thinks that you and Rudy, America's mayor, are undermining the conservative movement.
You are promised he's going to be fired back in November.
He pops up again miraculously.
And what is the response from the head of the GOP?
Yeah, so when Bernie and I see, oh wait a second, Justin Reimer's not actually gone, then of course I contact people in the RNC.
I have not talked to Rana directly.
She won't talk to me.
I would love for her to talk to me.
Open invitation, Rana.
Come on my show.
Talk to me.
We'll let Seb or somebody else to moderate.
I'll let you decide.
Yeah, he'll moderate.
That'll be totally amazing.
And, you know, but anytime, Ronna, I'd love to talk to you in public and get to the truth of this, which, of course, then, you know, the RNC, well, you know, we need to move forward with this.
That's that's what I'm told is we need to not have infighting.
We just need to move forward.
We need to look to the future because we need to make money.
Exactly.
But and that's that is exactly the key is that they just want to sweep everything from the election integrity effort under the rug.
They do not want the truth to come out about how much they undermine the president not only before November, but also after and the fact that their chief counsel and this is the key.
The chief counsel was saying what Rudy and Jenna are doing is a joke, which, let's be clear, we were trying to get to the truth of what happened, ask the state legislatures to reclaim their delegates as the Constitution provides so that we can have a free and fair and safe and secure election.
He doesn't want that.
And while he was saying that, In private, to all of the other RNC people, the RNC was publicly saying, we support Trump, donate to the election integrity fund.
They raised over $200 million.
We don't know where that went.
Bernie and Rudy and the other members of the legal team will tell you, we never saw a dime of that.
It was basically six of us trying to do the work of a hundred member law firm for the president.
It was ridiculous.
And the tweets, the statements from Rona Romney, McDaniel, or Reamer in the last two days, what has been their public-facing response?
So, Justin has not tweeted, interesting, right?
All he said, he equivocated to Washington Post, but Rona went on Newsmax and denied the entire story as false.
She has doubled down on this.
I know, and it's so bizarre to me that she would somehow think, I mean it's not even my word versus hers, it's here's the proof.
She actually went on Newsmax yesterday morning at 9am and said this is a false She denied it completely.
She said, I'd love to see evidence.
And I was watching and I started tweeting.
I said, Ronna, here's the text message.
I sent you on November 28th with the email saying, per the mayor, he wanted you to see it.
And I'm like, there you go.
She has not responded.
She blocked me on Twitter and she will not respond.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
You are the president's former attorney.
You are the chair of the Election Integrity Alliance.
And the chairperson of the GOP has blocked you on Twitter?
Really interesting, isn't it?
That's bizarre.
That's like an admission of guilt.
We were on the same side.
Exactly.
That is a complete statement.
She does not want to deal with it.
She doesn't want to confront it.
She is denying, denying as if her denial in the face of reality And black and white text evidence.
Right.
She can just deny it and make it go away.
Now, you have the evidence.
I've seen it.
You can follow her, Jenna Ellis ESQ, on Twitter, on Instagram.
You can see the evidence, the paper trail of these emails where this person says, it's better if our guy loses, we make more money, blah, blah, blah.
But I have to ask you, that promise to get him fired that night in November to Rudy, was that given verbally?
Is there any paper trail for that?
That was given verbally.
I don't know if she said that in writing to the president or not.
Probably not.
That was given verbally.
But Rudy and me and Bernie Kerrick all heard it.
And so did President Trump.
So we have, you know, there's more than one witness to that.
And for her to say he will be gone by morning and then nothing.
That was the first lie and now she's lying again.
So it seems as if it's not just Rima that has to go now, Jenna Ellis.
It seems as if Rona Romney McDaniel has to go.
That is why I started the hashtag RonaMustGo and this is not just because of November.
This is now because she did not keep her promise to fire him.
She is covering for him now and she is out and out lying and she lied to the American people saying that the RNC was supporting this effort.
When they're not, she said on Newsmax yesterday, they're supporting the audits.
Senator Mastriano went on Newsmax with Bernie Kerik and John Bachman yesterday and said, I haven't heard a thing.
Zip Zilchnada from the RNC from November to today.
She's lying.
So yes, she has to go.
And this is not about a catfight.
It's not about infighting.
But it's more...
It's about the truth.
And also, and we've only got a minute left in this segment, but we'll keep you till the end of the show, In the last three days, there have been massive, massive breaking news stories from Pennsylvania, Maricopa County.
The things you were digging up evidence for are now bearing fruit, are they not?
Yeah, so it seems like what Reamer said that we were misleading millions of Americans.
No, it seems like the RNC was misleading millions of Americans just to fundraise to keep themselves in power.
Do not give a dime to the RNC until Ronna McDaniel and Justin Reamer and all the swamp creatures are gone.
Support President Trump and support the truth over the swampy lies.
We get this question all the time from our listeners, from our callers, and I say the same thing.
The GOP is the part of the problem that's probably bigger than the Democrats.
Support individual candidates you trust and the President, not this organization.
We're going to talk about the big news from Jenna regarding the GOP.
But first, I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Janet Ellis, do you have the letter R after your name?
I don't anymore.
What happened?
I am unaffiliated because I refuse to allow their lies to manipulate the American people.
And if I don't stand up now when they're doubling down on their lies and after everything that they did to undermine President Trump and undermine Rudy and my efforts for election integrity on behalf of the President, then when?
People have to stand up and say we will not support a party who is full of liars.
Rana and Justin Reimer have to go.
So this is, let me try and package it from the outside.
You have left the Republican Party because of the Republican Party's lack of preparation for the events of last November, their response to the events of last November, and also because of the lies of their chief counsel and their chairperson.
Is that a good summary?
Absolutely.
And the fact that they continue to say we want to build a wider tent and they're supporting ideas and principles and policies that are not America first, that are not genuinely conservative.
Republican anymore is just Democrat lite.
It's not conservative.
Wow.
I want to take this opportunity, again I disclose this every time, I'm a member of your National Board for Election Integrity, that alliance, along with Bernie Kerik, and I just want to, because I, what you guys did
What Mayor Giuliani, what Bernie Kerik, what you, what Jody Genova and Victoria Tunsing did after November was truly heroic in the face of not just, you know, criticism and ridicule from the left, but in the face of what you have demonstrated, you have proven
is subversion and sabotage from those people on the right who are after their name and should have vouched that election.
I just want to doff my cap and thank you in the name of millions of listeners for what you've done.
So how can people find out more about your new organization, your new initiative?
Thank you.
And we're so grateful that you, Seb, are a truth teller and that you are part of this as well.
