Welcome to Fresh and Fit.
Let's go, let's go.
Introducing Byron.
Let's go.
Fresh.
What's up, ninjas?
How we doing?
Welcome to the live event.
We run this shit.
Welcome, fellas.
One, two, three, Fresh and Fit.
One, two, three, Fresh and Fit.
Let's go.
Hey, man.
Yo, welcome to the first live show that, you know, we're doing it ourselves somehow.
That's why we're late, right?
Listen, we're not short, okay?
We're actually pretty tall.
We're not short.
We're pretty tall, okay?
Yeah, we're on nigga time.
You guys already know.
It wouldn't be a Fresh and Fit if we didn't come out late as hell, as usual, right?
About 40 minutes, so no biggie.
But quick announcements.
Rumble.com slash Fresh and Fit.
As you guys know, that's the home of Fresh and Fit.
If we ever get canceled, that's exactly where we will be.
Rumble.com slash Fresh and Fit.
And...
Yo, didn't we bring some people with us today?
We didn't actually.
Yeah.
A whole crew of people.
Yeah.
You know what?
Yeah.
Bring them up.
The guests, man.
They're all here as well.
We got a special guest, baby.
Because I'll tell you this.
You can't be the number one men's self-approving podcast.
Let's go!
Let's go!
Go Wes Watson in the studio.
Hey, come on, you guys.
We're going to drop some fucking heat.
I see some familiar faces right here.
What's up?
We don't hold back.
We don't hold back.
Yo, you are not a guy of higher status unless you got a higher status net worth, okay?
We don't call ourselves the number one men's self-improvement podcast just because it's us talking shit on the mic.
We're number one because we got the network and the net worth, and that's how we become successful, man.
So that's what it's all about.
We're happy to have you guys here.
Welcome to the first Fresh and Fit live show in Miami fucking Florida, man.
Don DeMarco, go!
That's right!
Alright, so we'll do intros.
We'll start from here at the right end.
Miguel, as you guys know from the show.
Tell them who you are, brother.
Hey, what's going on?
My name is Miguel.
Dollar Cost Crypto.
Been in the crypto game since 2016 and have taught, along with Charlie from Cultivate Crypto, over 16,000 people in the red pill space.
Let's go!
Woo!
Biggest on-boarder into crypto.
Alright, next guest.
Hey, I'm Jim Bob.
My channel is made by Jim Bob.
I'm a satirical cartoonist, a weekly contributor to the Washington Examiner, and I like to dissect culture and its absurdities, specifically the tension between traditionalism and modernity.
W. Next guest.
It was really hot back there.
It was.
My name is Andrew Wilson, host of The Crucible, the fastest growing debate channel anywhere on YouTube.
I'm a bloodsport debater.
I'm a political satirist.
I'm also a political analyst.
And probably even tonight, and even half of you in the audience who may be deGens, that is what I'm here to do, is to oppose degeneracy in all of its forms.
And with that, I'll move it over.
Thank you.
Alright, we're gonna skip us.
I don't know what the fuck half everyone was saying.
Okay, look it.
I was selling dope when I was a kid.
I started slinging at 11.
By the time I was 25, I ended up in the penitentiary.
Did ten fucking years and stayed prison in Cali.
Now I just rolled up in my motherfucking Mansuri fandom and I got a fucking Bugatti with a Richard Mill on the wrist.
But how did I do that?
I changed my motherfucking life.
And I taught people to do the same.
I looked in the mirror and said, dude, I'm being a fucking bitch.
I'm in prison, crying about the position that I created.
Time to change this shit.
Because I could have been a statistic.
I'm covered in gang ink from Cali.
Like, this ain't no fucking...
You know, everyone is chasing that money.
It's normal.
I chased that money for years.
It never came.
Same as the women.
I used to chase women.
Now they come to me.
I just came from Cancun, a hundred-foot yacht.
Came back in jet with four chicks and my wife.
You know, that would not ever be possible, chasing them.
You know, you don't chase chicks.
You don't chase Bugattis.
Bugatti owner?
Bugatti owner.
I came from a hostel.
And I had a backpack.
50 bucks in my bank account.
Here we are.
What can you do, bro?
You live in the US. You motherfuckers are lucky.
I'm from Spain.
I work my ass off in Europe, dude.
You guys are fucking lucky.
This shit is too easy, bro.
I came seven years ago.
I was living in a hostel.
Now I'm living in a $22 million mansion.
Lamborghini in my wrist.
People here are flexing Lambos rented.
Those are brokies, dude.
You gotta level it up.
Well said, brother.
Well said.
All right.
Charlie.
I don't sling dope, but I sling crypto.
Damn it!
So, my name's Charlie from Cultivate Crypto.
We're business partners with DCC. We teach over 16,000 people about cryptocurrency worldwide.
We've been talking to you guys here in the audience live before the show.
And a lot of you guys have been getting crypto literate, which at this point in this stage of the game, you have to be crypto literate.
If you're going to be financially literate in the next, I would say, 10 to 15 years.
So it's something that is coming around the corner pretty damn soon.
We're basically going towards The first stage of mass adoption right now with BlackRock and these big Wall Street players getting in the game.
And so they're doing it publicly now.
Last cycle, they were doing it in private.
And then next cycle, basically, they're going to say, hey, everybody else who doesn't have money, get in.
And so, yeah, right now is the time to be paying attention to that market and really understand if you want to be fluent in the digital age of money.
Last but not least, Bandman Kevo.
Bandman Kevo, y'all.
I've been rapping for about 10 years since like 08.
You know, I had got in trouble around 2014, went to jail.
2016 to 2019.
During jail, I was reading a lot of books about marketing, about ads and stuff like that.
Got out of jail in 2019.
And about three, four months later, you know, OnlyFans had came out.
I got on OnlyFans and probably a few months after that, 22,000 people paying $50 a month.
So anything is possible, you know?
With no sexual content, by the way.
Yeah.
All financial stuff.
Credit.
I always trip on when I hear OnlyFans and it's got to just be sexual, but it's not.
It's great.
Okay.
I don't know.
I've never been on there.
You probably make the most money as far as like someone that doesn't make sexual content.
That's a guy.
For a guy, yeah.
Yeah.
All right, guys.
We've got a full panel today.
If you're here today, you can become a better person, right?
Who is here from the U.S. right now in the audience?
Raise your hand real quick.
Wow.
Who's not from the U.S.? Okay.
A couple guys.
Where'd you come from, bro?
London?
Man's not hot.
There you go.
Best woman.
You think so?
Hell yeah.
Colombians?
Come on, man.
Oh, Colombians?
Colombians.
Okay, there you go, there you go.
So guys, we'll start this off with a question for the panel.
I think it's helped you guys a lot.
How do you define success?
And we'll start with Biamma Kevo.
How did I find success?
How do you define success?
What does that mean for you?
Success is, you know, being free, being able to do what I want to do every day when I wake up.
For you?
Yeah, same thing.
Being able to do what you want, when you want, and with whom you want whenever you want to do it.
Because a lot of people don't have that level of freedom in the world, so 100%.
To be honest, it's working in what you love, you know, because you got to wake up and love your life.
Just create that, you know, that life you just want to live every day, you don't want to stop, you know?
Sometimes I don't want to sleep and I want to wake up earlier.
Just because I live the life I want to live.
Also with my wife, like I'm married but not trapped.
It's not like I hide shit.
It's everything is up front.
Like I don't hide anything and I show everything.
Bless man.
Okay.
Okay.
My definition of success is across the board.
If you're not ripped, if you're not rich, if you ain't rare, if you don't stand out, if you ain't across the board successful, it doesn't mean fucking shit to me.
If you got straight tits and you're in your Rolls Royce, you look like a fucking clown to me.
I'm just laughing at your dumb fucking ass.
But this is the whole fucking point.
You have a weakness.
Change it, motherfucker.
How the fuck are you going to lead people if you don't realize your weakness is their way out?
They're not going to listen to you.
You're sitting there possessing shit that they don't want to have.
So, I mean, this is what people say.
Oh, it's not about the money.
It's about family, Wes.
It's about this, about that.
Motherfucker, when you're making money, it's about the money.
When it's family, it's about family.
When you're at the gym, it's about muscle.
Whatever you're doing, it's about that.
There's no black and white life.
It's the gray area.
You have to be good at everything.
That's the goal, to really excel in every area.
I roll in most rooms with successful entrepreneurs, and it's pathetic.
They'll have a before and after picture of their fitness shit, and their after picture looks like their before pic.
And I'm like, motherfucker, you're not embarrassed to this shit?
Like, you have enough money and that's what you put out.
You're that big of a pussy.
Like, I just can't get behind anything that's not done at a high level.
So, knock the one thing off the board first.
Then the next thing.
Then the next thing.
Jados is ripped rich and rare.
I mean, the whole thing.
What's rare mean to me?
That means no vices.
That means no drugs, no alcohol, no bullshit.
You don't have to hide behind nothing.
I mean, what's rich?
I mean, you get to do what the fuck you want.
I don't need you to be a billionaire to say you're rich or other people, they'll see that even I rent my place.
It's $95,000 a month.
But they're like, you rent your place!
It's like, you dumb motherfucker.
You don't understand how to even operate at my level.
People don't buy a $24 million house.
They buy $24 million worth of properties that would bring them more money.
You don't dump all that into that fucking liability and live in some $24 million pads you bought, stupid.
Fucking make investments and you bring it back to this.
But everybody thinks they know some shit.
And if you don't have the results that I want in some area, I can't fucking listen to you.
So most people, I just, I won't listen to them.
What are they going to tell me?
Some motherfucker comes up to me at the gym and he's like, hey, you should do your push-ups like this.
And I say, why?
So I can look like you, motherfucker?
And the guy's like, oh, no, but like...
It looks like you're gonna hurt your...
Shut the fuck up, dude.
I'll end up with your chest if I do that shit.
Why would I want that?
Or these motherfuckers go in my comments and I'll say some shit on purpose.
I'm like, rent or buy.
And if you ain't at the level to even do either of these, shut the fuck up and don't even participate.
And they just get mad.
It's like you're you don't get to have an opinion if it's not an option for you.
You don't get to say my chicks BBL and her fake tits aren't for you.
You couldn't get her.
You dumb motherfucker.
You got a goddamn three.
And that's the worst thing about these motherfuckers.
They try to give you relationship advice.
Motherfucker, you got a borderline Miami, too.
That's like a that's like a fucking Mississippi six.
Like, what the fuck are you talking about?
Don't give me relationship advice to my 10 when you got a 2, motherfucker.
Shut up.
But this is the whole thing.
People don't think I'm going to put the measuring stick to their motherfucking face.
They better just watch what they say around a motherfucker who's beating them in every area.
And if someone is beating you, just ask them.
Just be humble.
Be like, your bitch is better than mine.
How'd you get her?
That car's way more than mine.
How'd you do it?
You make more than me.
What's up?
Like, just fucking ask.
And that's the thing.
People aren't humble enough to ask.
That's my shit.
It's got to be across the board.
You better have a bad bitch.
You better be ripped.
You better fucking be rolling some sick shit.
That's what I like.
I grew up hustling.
There has to be rims on my goddamn phantom.
Go out front.
That ain't normal phantom.
That's a mansory phantom.
I don't have the normal shit.
Fuck that.
Chick's got upgrades.
Done.
Well said, Wes.
Goddamn!
With the fire!
Shit.
I've been watching Goldie's content.
That's the reason.
I've been watching Goldie's content.
He'd be getting me in trouble.
My chick don't like his content.
She's like, he's making too much sense.
Shout out to Goldie.
Alright, what about you?
Supposed to follow that up?
It's tough, right?
Get him.
Hey, what you guys were saying earlier, I need to know what the fuck you said in English.
So, my definition of success will probably be far different than everybody else's on the panel.
I'll probably maybe be the lone dissenter, but...
My definition of success is having a family, having children, and being part of the apparatus of the world.
And true wealth is a rejection of materialism.
As Christ said himself, what good does it benefit a man to gain the entire world at the cost of his soul?
Essentially, when I think of wealth, I think of materialism.
It's okay to have materialism.
It's not against Christian ethics to become rich, become wealthy.
But I just think it's all beside the point, ultimately.
You're trying to go for a single thing, and it's to achieve something greater than the person.
Does he have money?
No.
Do you have money?
No.
No, I don't have money.
How much money do you have?
I don't have money.
But here's the thing.
Why is money valuable?
Do you have money?
What is money valuable for?
I'm just asking.
Do you have money?
No.
I'm broke.
I'm a nobody.
No, but really you are?
Yeah.
Is he really broke?
Yeah.
I'm broke.
I just want to know.
I have to know.
No, I'm not one of these rich guys.
I don't have a Bugatti.
I don't have a Lambo.
I just really have to know.
Like, how much money you got?
Probably the five bucks in my pocket.
Not much more.
Can anyone answer for the guy?
Why do they think I'm kidding?
I have a family.
I take care of an entire family.
That takes a lot of money.
He's doing all right.
Okay.
This is the thing.
This is the thing, you guys.
If you ain't fit, you can't say it's not all about being...
Have being in good shape.
Why not?
If you don't have money, you can't say it's not all about money.
Yeah, why not?
If he does have money, he can say that.
Why not?
Why can't you say that?
Why must you have the thing before you hang on?
Let me ask the question.
Because hypothetical is hypocritical.
Let me ask the question.
Hypothetical is hypocritical.
How do you even know what I was going to say before I've even been allowed to ask the question?
Because I know what you're going to say.
Then what was I going to say?
You're going to say, why can't you ask the question?
Okay, so that's not what I was going to say.
What I was going to say is, how in the world can you create a standard that it's inappropriate to ask somebody, how come if I don't have X thing, because I don't value X thing, does that mean X thing is actually valuable?
You've never experienced it, so you can't speak about it.
You think that I haven't experienced wealth?
I was asking if you did.
Even poor people experience days of wealth.
I was asking if you did.
I don't know who you are.
Yeah, but even poor people experience days of wealth.
And so the thing is...
No, no, definitely not.
Definitely not.
Definitely so.
Definitely so.
I've lived the lowest lows and the highest highs.
So what's the distinction?
After you make X amount, hundreds of thousands of dollars, if you look at the studies done on this, It does not hugely improve a person's life.
Are you proud of who the fuck you are?
If you look in the mirror, would you guys say this motherfucker's proud of who the fuck he is?
That's a bag of trash, dude.
Pull your fucking shirt off.
Tell me you're fucking proud of yourself.
Because I've been to fucking prison?
Jesus Christ, look at you, bro.
You got 10-inch arms and tits.
Men don't have tits!
No, they go to prison where they get fucking...
Fuck yeah, they do!
And they get raped up the ass!
You've never been to prison!
That's what happens!
They go to prison where they get raped!
Now you get your ass beat in front of everybody!
You think that that's better?
You think that that's better?
Let's let him give his definition of success.
Having tits in 10-inch arms is what a man is, you guys.
Please don't listen to that.
Wes, let's let him get his thing out.
Tits.
We can have different opinions.
Titties!
Anyway...
Back to where I was at.
Boobs!
Yeah.
Okay.
Prison.
But anyway, if you want...
Fuck yeah!
If you want to follow the successful mantra of a man who tells you he was reformed from prison, understand why they might have gone there to begin with.
To take care of a family.
And yes, I do think that a rejection of materialism is something missing in society.
And I do think that true wealth is the family.
And I think that true wealth...
It's having a wife and true wealth.
That is what I think it is.
And that is what I think truly success is, is being able to go home and look your family in the face and know that you're doing everything you can to support them.
That's what I think success is.
And then when you go to the beach with your family, they're like, there's my stud dad right there standing there.
That stud right there with his shirt off.
Do you have children?
Look at that stud.
Do you have children?
I do have children.
How many?
I have two.
You have two.
So, are you saying that your Bugatti and your money and everything else is worth more than your children?
My dad's a superhero.
Look what he brought to the table.
Look how hard this guy works.
He came from nothing to this.
Yeah.
He works very...
He works...
He's...
God damn it!
You're still whining.
Stop whining and just make an argument.
That is a product.
Dude, I want to smack your fat ass.
So, you're going to attack him?
All right, all right, all right.
Do you usually attack armed men in Florida?
Dude, look at your goddamn self.
I've never seen such a pathetic motherfucker.
Let's chill out a little bit, man, a little bit.
This is not what men look like.
What do they look like?
Fucking shit.
What do they look like, bald prisoners?
Is that what they look like?
This is the problem in society.
People like this think they can talk to someone like me like that.
They really think they can.
He knows he wouldn't do shit about it, and that's the problem.
I mean, you're the one who got hostile for having a difference of opinion.
Dude.
Check it out.
You started coming at me about some other shit.
This is what the show is supposed to be about.
I like this shit.
So personally, I enjoy it.
We can agree to disagree.
We can move on, but Jesus Christ, men don't have tits.
We can agree on that.
Physically.
Men usually have hair.
We can agree on that too.
He has crossed over gender barriers.
I think we can see each side has different opinions.
By choice, crossing gender barriers.
By growing tits.
So, what about you, brother?
Alright, nice.
Crazy!
Being successful is effectively acting on your intentions.
And I think I agree with Andrew that your intentions must align with something bigger than yourself.
In my case, it's God, the Christian God.
And so, success to me is fulfilling on your intentions but maintaining your ethical standards.
And if you're doing that as a Christian, you are in fact procreating.
And if you're not, you're doing something that fills in that gap that's equally effective to contributing to a moral society.
And I think if you're not contributing to a moral society and you're only contributing to a consumerist society, a materialistic society, that's the only thing you're going to worship.
And tons of people worship material things and flash it around, but it's vacant.
It's spiritually vacant.
The craziest thing is, if you looked at the people who are supposedly materialistic, we've helped more people than these guys who...
Why is helping important to you?
I mean, because I know what it's like to be at the bottom.
So, okay.
So, are you helping someone if you give them an expensive watch?
Why do you think we just do that?
You must not know who you're talking to.
I asked you a question.
You didn't answer it.
I give them the habits to build themselves.
What did I ask you, though?
Am I helping them if I give them an expensive watch?
I give them habits, a mindset.
I teach them how to operate.
So if you give them...
But you guys are assuming we're only doing talk about materialism.
Can a man answer a direct question?
Dude, Jesus Christ.
These fucking, these Karens are tough as fuck.
The answer is no.
Look at these fucking Karens.
Go ahead, buddy.
How the fuck did these guys even get up here?
Why would you bring me here with people like this?
You didn't answer the question.
Dude, this is fucking shit.
We've got a different opinion here.
Okay, go ahead, Miguel.
This is why they split it like this.
I'm sorry you got put over there.
You don't really fit over there.
We need some other little fucking lame douche over there.
Oh, man.
I still answer the question.
Is giving someone an expensive watch...
Would any of you guys really hang out with these guys?
This is not an argument.
Like, Jesus Christ.
They're skilled at some things.
That bass guy right there just said, hell yes, shut up.
That's fucking hilarious.
You're awesome.
The whole crowd says, yeah, we'd hang out with him.
This is why most people don't invite me, please.
Different guys on the panel have different skill sets and different things that they bring to the table.
We can tell his tits are all jiggling.
He's got like a half a fucking jelly donut.
Hey, bro, your toupee, it's still back there in the back.
Go get it.
I shaved my head, you little faggot.
Are you sure?
Are you sure you shaved your head?
Okay, okay, okay.
Go ahead, Miguel.
We're on Rumble, right?
We're on YouTube, too.
Oh, well, fuck it.
We do it live.
We're not on my channel.
We do it live.
Bro, George Michael wants his pants back.
God damn.
Look at...
Whose shirt is that?
Dude, your fucking mom bought you that.
Your aunt bought you that.
For fucking Thanksgiving dinner.
That's like Oshkosh Bagosh or some shit, bro.
Jesus Christ.
Welcome to the roast session today.
Dude, any of you guys who fucking...
Holy shit.
If those are meant to you guys, go fucking kill yourself.
God forbid you say watches are not important to this guy.
No, it's the thing about materialism.
Yeah, you worship it, dude.
You worship it.
These guys must have grown up with money.
Bro, you worship material.
The people who didn't grow up with money chase money.
Worship materialism.
Shut the fuck up.
You don't know me, you fucking lame.
I can tell.
I can tell by your speaking.
How the fuck do you think?
Listen how reactive you are if someone says...
Shave your goddamn arms, bro.
See, you can't deal with it.
You can't deal with it.
Why would I shave my arms on the man?
Look at these pale fucks I hear.
What the fuck is wrong with you?
Okay.
Shave your body!
Aren't you a man?
Look at this guy, dude.
Okay, let's let Miguel finish this real quick.
Let's post these guys' chicks.
Shave your pubes!
Hey, post these guys' women back here.
Guys, guys, guys, guys.
I want to see these guys' women.
Let's put these trolls back here.
Women are not objects in our world.
Hey, hey, guys.
Guys, guys, guys.
Relax.
I've never heard more lies in my life.
This is one thing I don't like.
Wes, Wes, Wes.
Come on, man.
It's people who lie.
You're crying.
Let's just move on.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
We're going to continue.
We're going to move on.
I can make you cry if you want, little fag.
We're going to move on.
We're going to move on, guys.
We're going to move on, guys.
We're going to move on.
At least I can answer a direct question.
Guys, guys, guys.
Oh my God, how did you bring me here?
I thought this was like some real shit.
Wes, Wes, we gotta chill, man.
We gotta chill.
I'll dip.
I'll give a fuck.
Alright, what success, right?
Freeing the slaves.
That's what it is.
Mental slaves, man.
That's what it is, man.
And I gotta agree with Wes.
You gotta help people out.
Like, you can't, like...
It's true.
This whole thing, right?
I came from no money.
Immigrant.
Mexican.
Having trouble with the body.
You know, so shout out West.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Right?
But, you know, we've helped a lot of people.
We've made millionaires.
And let's change people's lives.
Let's help people get fucking families.
And now people have the time to fucking go to the gym, do everything.
But it's about freeing your mind.
And that's what I'm proud of.
And that's what I do.
That's what Charlie does.
That's what most of these men on this panel do.
Is we free people from their fucking mental slavery.
Period.
Period.
So, oh man.
Well, here's the thing.
I'll tell you this.
We got a bunch of masking guys on the panel because they're arguing with each other.
So that's how you know.
Those are some stuff.
Mr.
Steal your bitch and his buddy.
Keep shaving your body.
What I will say is this.
I think the definition of success is a combination of everything that everyone on the panel has said.
Whether being free, being able to have a family, being able to have your money on point, being in shape, which I agree with 100%.
If you are going to be married, you're free and you run the marriage the way that you want.
Those karate bodies.
Being free.
I think all these, how do I say this?
All these attributes absolutely make you into the top tier guy.
And it really comes down to having all the pieces, right?
We talk about Yu-Gi-Oh!
and all five pieces of Xodia.
You've got to have all five pieces.
The piece that I'm missing right now, which I will admit that Wilson has, is that...
Religion does matter, right?
Whether you're Christian, Muslim, Jewish, etc.
Understanding that there's a higher power and being devout to something and understanding that and following God is very important.
That's something that I need to work on myself.
And I'm definitely going to admit that, you know, I haven't been the best Muslim.
I haven't been the most devout Muslim.
And it's something that I need to go back to at some point.
But I think being religious is very important.
And it's something that I'm missing.
You know, obviously I have the fitness, the money, girls, whatever the hell it may be.
But at the end of the day, to be fulfilled, you need that religious component, I think, especially when you have it all.
So no one here on the panel is wrong, honestly.
Some guys are specialized in other things.
Some guys are better at some things than others.
But I think the general message, the underlying message is 100% correct.
You've got to have your money on point.
You can't be a fat piece of shit.
You've got to be able to run the marriage if you are married the way that you want, where you're able to have an open relationship, where you're able to be on a private jet with four other women with your wife, Or if you want to be monogamous, that's fine too.
But I think you need to be able to run your life the way that you want to understand that you're put on this earth for a reason and God put you here for a reason and it's not to waste it away.
So turn it to fresh.
I think success just means you have a choice that you can make every day.
So waking up saying, okay, this is what I'm going to do with my life, I'll do.
And ultimately, if you're a guy out here...
You want to be successful for yourself and your family.
So I think for most people here, you want to grind, make money to invest for your family, but how do you get there?
And it's having goals, setting up for yourself, running it back, how do I get to this point?
And execution.
I think for most people here, By yourself, you can't get it done.
But with a team, people that are successful or on the way up, you can get it done.
So I think having a good network of people around you and having that mindset and goals helps it go all the way.
But yeah, as you can see here, we all have different opinions and success in different ways.
As you guys see, everyone has a perspective of life.
Sorry for my English and Spanish, you know.
But what you got to understand is your perspective is going to shape your reality.
Yeah.
Okay?
So, there's many things being said here, but one thing I gotta say that I back up, Wes, is that you can never be truly, like, in peace with yourself if you're not proud of how you look.
Because to be present, you're gonna be proud of your presence.
So, you know, you got to be proud of how you look in the mirror.
That's money on the side, you know.
I've been broke and I've been rich.
I'm always going to choose rich, bro.
You know, I've been fat and I've been in shape.
I'm always going to choose in shape.
You know, so I feel that's the main message here.
You guys got to be proud of who you are.
Because if not, you're not going to be walking around of your best version of yourself.
All set.
Okay, second question, guys, is going to be, what is your daily routine for success?
We'll start here.
What's my daily routine for success?
When you wake up, what's your routine like?
My routine is, as soon as I wake up, I'm on my fucking phone, fucking answering questions, helping people out.
But it's really, I guess it really starts with when I go to sleep, honestly.
It's the sort of thing where, like, if people need me, I'm up until I fucking can't stay up anymore.
And then I wake up, and then that's what I do.
And then, this is something to what you guys were saying, where it's a passion.
Where, like, you gotta love what you do.
You know, and I really feel with that, because depending on what you do for a living and stuff, you literally can get consumed by it.
And a lot of times, to be successful, you have to be consumed by it.
So, I'm truly addicted to what I do.
So, that's my whole thing.
It's just all day, staying on top, helping my guys.
And then, whenever I sleep, I sleep.
But, you know...
Trying to add better habits to that.
I'm going to speak from the creative side.
How many creatives do we have in the audience?
I don't mean you wear a fedora.
I mean you create.
You do stuff.
Being effective creatively, I found that You have to do your creativity the first thing in the morning.
If you have other things to do, if you're a father, if you're working a job on the side, you're gonna be resentful if you don't do that immediately.
I promise you, if you do that in the morning, there's no excuses.
You don't resent your job or your second job or your family for getting in the way of your creativity.
Just wake your ass up in the morning.
Don't make any excuses.
Get it done.
It's out of the way.
Even if it's 20 minutes, 30 minutes, one hour, that's my routine.
Andrew?
Yeah, so I start off by playing video games with my kids.
That's the first thing I start off by doing.
And then basically the rest of the day I read books.
I read, I read more, and then I read more on top of that.
And that's, for me, what I've seen inside of the United States that most people are illiterate.
Because they're illiterate, they can't actually train themselves how to do any of this type of stuff.
They don't even know how to read.
And they don't know history, they don't know anything.
If you were even trying to be materially well-off and wealthy, still literacy and being able to understand what it is that you're reading and having a good basis for history, I think, is a necessity for even material success.
So I would recommend that you read more than anything that you read.
And it's something that I notice a lot of people can't do.
All right.
Wes?
You guys, Jesus, fuck.
Okay.
Get up and buy that watch and then make a million dollars.
Okay, shut this fat faggot up real quick.
Okay, okay.
I wasn't even going to go in on fat boy, but check it out.
You guys, we don't have an education issue.
We have an application issue.
Everything is very easy to do.
You have to sit down in the morning.
Your conscience is the authentic voice of God.
If you look in the mirror and you got tits like fat boy, then in the mirror your conscience is telling you, God damn, you should probably do something about that and maybe not read your 19th fucking book.
So as you wake up, your conscience is telling you to make a move to do something.
When you guys wake up tomorrow, what will it be?
Maybe drop the drink.
Maybe go work out.
Maybe be better to the people around you.
I mean, I've helped and saved more lives than most people could ever fathom.
Literally.
From a very simple process.
Because prison has a way of programming that makes you mentally strong.
And when you look at a man, if he possesses a fucking frame like that, he's so goddamn mentally weak and lies to himself so fucking much, he needs to prescribe to my way of thinking that love ain't lies.
It's not.
And no man could look himself in the mirror and say he's proud of that shit.
So, I mean, the whole point is to really listen to your conscience and have it guide you to the areas.
That you need to change.
I've been getting up at 245 for 16 years.
I got up at 245 for 16 years straight.
Have never missed.
Because I knew I had to be mentally strong to be the leader I needed to be when I came out.
So I came out and I showed everyone what worked for me in prison.
To get through my hardest days.
The hardest fucking days of my life.
I started my time at 25 years old and got out at 35.
There was a million thoughts that went through my mind that there's no fucking way I'm gonna be successful again.
But I didn't care about that.
I really just fought through all the pain of what...
What I knew I could be, what I knew I could do, and I really listened to what I had to be.
So I was drawn to creating this individual that I admire.
And regardless of, look it, if that's what he admires, good.
I want you guys to do this and know this is your purpose.
To create the man you admire in every way and give that person to the world.
So if you create the individual that you unbiasedly admire, you can step in the mirror and say, men are supposed to wear bras.
If that's what you really believe, then you can do that.
But I believe that the man I admire is who's standing in front of you.
Someone who's ripped, someone who's rich, and someone who has rare habits that built them into a real leader in a world full of fucking pussies who are so mentally weak, they just side with themselves all day and said what would really benefit themselves.
No video games benefit fucking kids.
But anyways, you guys, if that's who you admire, who's looking at you in the mirror, run with that.
But if you step in the mirror and your heart Which is God speaking to you, tells you to make changes, make them.
And that's it.
That's what I want you to do.
Like, your conscience is the authentic voice of God.
And I teach everyone about conscience congruency.
Living in congruence with your conscience.
And that means that everything you're being called to do, no matter how difficult it is, you do it.
That's it.
So what the fuck changes do you have to make?
You gotta make them.
Carlos?
So every day I wake up and my first...
My first goal is to just get to that point where I'm grateful.
You know, I've had my best days.
I have very good days when I have no money and I have very good days when I have money and very bad days with no money and very bad days when you have money.
So money doesn't change really anything.
It's just more comfortable.
So my first thing in the morning, I wake up 4.30 every morning and It's a must, because if not, I'll just go back to party, to drugs, to all that stuff.
I hit the gym, I read, you know, I reflect, and I want to be close to God, because that's the only thing that really brings me peace, you know.
And after that, I just start my process, you know, start working, you know, answering DMs, helping people solve the problems I had myself.
And just, I feel like if I don't give 100% that day, wherever I am, I feel bad.
So my only goal every day is just to feel good.
Everything I do is to feel fucking good.
Like, the thing is that when you give the 100% every day, but I mean 100%, people think they're just giving 100% and you're not, bro.
You know, like, you're not.
If you really surround yourself with top people, You think, like, what the fuck, man?
I'm literally doing 5%.
This is why we have more.
Because we actually do more, bro.
You know, like, luck?
Oh, he was lucky.
Bro, luck is God.
Like, everyone has what they deserve.
It's literally facts.
Just check out where people come from.
I don't get impressed by Bugatti.
I want to see where he came from.
Like, how long did it take?
Who helped him?
You know, where he come from?
How he did it?
How did he do it?
How he makes his money?
So just wake up every day...
To be grateful, to feel good, and no one feels good, you know, going party.
I used to play video games all day, bro.
That doesn't make you feel good.
You escape reality.
Drugs, you escape in reality.
You know, chasing women, you escape in reality.
Why are you escaping?
What are you escaping?
You know, every time I see someone, like, drinking, I was the other day in the yacht.
The yacht beside was doing a party.
Everyone drinking.
And I was sitting there, and I was like, dude, what the fuck are these people escaping?
Like, their lives are so bad, dude.
Is your life so bad you have to escape your reality?
Just stop there, drop the drink, drop the drugs, and think, what the fuck are you escaping from?
Is it your wife?
Is it your family?
Is it your kids?
Is it yourself?
Just figure out what it is and attack it.
Well said.
For me, it's just being obsessed with problem solving.
So basically every morning you wake up, you're like, okay, what's the problem that I'm trying to solve today?
For some people it might be working out, some people it might be money, some people it might be women, it's other things, right?
But if you actually truly get 100% interested and obsessed with what you're doing, there's no way you can't have success.
Like a lot of you guys are basically saying the same thing.
Just keep doing these steps, you know, bit by bit every day, right?
So what we tell people in our course and different things that we teach, it's like, hey, if you're starting out, just start out with like, you know, 30 minutes a day.
Right?
And then ramp it up from there.
there.
You don't have to be like an obsessed, crazy person from the get go.
But as you gain success, you will, in my opinion, or at least my experience, you will want, you will just kind of, I don't know, maybe it's my personality too, but you just automatically become obsessed with what you're doing.
And then that leads to more success.
So it's kind of a snowball effect.
Of course, you know, you do have to have some balance.
You have to have some time off from here and there, but you know, keep the pedal to the metal and you know, with whatever it is that you are doing and pursuing and be consistent with it.
Right.
I think the biggest thing that I tend to say with people is consistency and persistence are the only two fucking things that you need in life to actually succeed.
Right.
So, So the more that you're consistent, the more you're persistent, and the more you're obsessed, and then you keep going towards your goals and you don't give up, you're bound to have success.
Some people start in different places than others, so some people have to work harder to escape the...
What do you call it?
The gravity of, you know, their situation per se.
But once they do, right, it's a freeing experience.
And then you do have to reset your goals at that point, right?
You have to be like, okay, so what am I doing now?
Where's that?
I hit a plateau.
Okay, where's the next level from here?
Because, yeah, maybe I was, you know, in a very negative place.
And now, you know, I'm good.
Okay, now I'm good.
Now how do I get great, right?
And so keep pushing yourself and follow those three things.
All right.
Very first thing I do, I wake up, I pray about five in the morning, then I go to the gym about two hours, and then I just figure out ways to try to make the money that I spent the last day, you know what I mean?
Which, that's my main goal, you know what I mean?
And I just try to help as many people as I can, that's my goal, that's how I be.
I like that.
I like that.
You live day by day, bro.
People just fucking...
What are you going to do in five years?
Motherfucker, I just wish I wake up tomorrow.
I got $55,000 worth of recurring revenue that I make every day if I sit on my fucking thumb and just sit on my ass and fucking play with my balls playing video games.
I make $55,000 a day no matter what the fuck I do.
Oh wait, I wasn't supposed to say F-bomb anymore.
So no matter what, $55,000 a day.
But I still get up to show everyone how to live.
I still get up to help everyone.
I still make a gang of content every day.
Because I remember when I was that dude on the prison cell floor and I needed a message to get my ass up.
I needed something to motivate me.
And the thing was is...
The people who need help, that really need help, are the old me.
The dude who will smoke you for some rims on his car.
The dude who will seriously take your life to get the stuff he wants.
That's the person who needs to relate to someone like me.
You don't need to circle jerk a bunch of woke folks.
Who are like, it's not about money.
You're not helping Karen by saving 17 other Karens.
You need to save the people who are actually the problems of the world.
The old me.
Those are the people who need saving.
And those are the materialistic people.
So you need to show those people there's a new route to make money.
Building your personal brand.
Teaching people how to really gain control of their life, you know.
So you help the materialistic people by giving them more materialism?
No, to teach them how to do it without committing crimes.
Fat bull, shut up.
But if they weren't focused on materialism, why would they be focusing on crime?
Please get this guy a life-size mirror.
You can take shots, but if I respond, you get that upset.
Look at you!
You shouldn't even be speaking!
You got veins sticking out of your forehead!
That's called a low body fat!
We can see them because you're bald as can fucking be!
You're tatted from head to toe!
You've been raped in prison!
Why talk shit?
Why not have a debate?
Dude, why are you talking about rape?
Well, you said you were on the floor and some guy gave you a message.
Okay.
Come on, man.
Dude, you fat little faggot, bro.
Seriously.
Should I just smack the dude in front of everyone just for the whole...
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Because he wouldn't do shit.
This is the thing about life.
You shouldn't talk shit.
You shouldn't back up.
You shouldn't.
In all reality, if you ain't willing to do something about it, you shouldn't say it.
How about this?
I won't even address that one more time.
I won't address it.
If you guys want to go back and forth, what we can do is instead of name calling, we're going to have a civil debate.
A materialism if you guys want.
I think the audience would enjoy that more.
I made my point.
I was just saying my point without even bringing them into it.
If you guys want to have that discussion, I'd be happy to facilitate it.
I mean, it's kind of an impromptu thing, but we can do it.
There's no point.
Why would I want to make a point to some loser like that?
That's not anyone I would make a point to.
My people don't look like that.
So you can't debate your worldview?
Look at you, dude.
What does that have to do with your worldview?
You don't even fit the world standard of what I even believe in, bro.
Yeah, but this is why you pit your worldviews against other people.
You're a bag of trash, bro.
Dude, you just keep talking shit, but you literally can't defend your own ideals.
You haven't even seen my content, what I've done, bro.
We can have the debate right now.
Okay, so no more arguments.
We can't have any more arguments.
Okay, you guys will run the place.
No more F-bombs, no more arguments.
The F-bomb is the big one.
We've got to chill with that.
We've got to chill with that.
Keep it clean, man.
If we're in a freshman fifth studio, hey, I'd be like, you know what I mean?
But you guys have seen my content, right?
So you knew I would probably drop 97,000 F-bombs.
I actually posted something on my page the other day.
It was a two-minute video of 159 F-bombs on one podcast.
Maybe don't invite me if that's a problem.
Well, I don't think it's the other word that rhymes with maggot.
Oh, yeah.
That's the best word.
It's my favorite word, too.
Don't you love that word?
It's my favorite word.
I love it.
I say it all the time, too, and they know.
They know.
Where I come from, that's not even a bad word.
That means something else.
I agree.
I agree.
But, yeah, so my schedule, guys, it's a little weird.
So I wake up, right?
It could be somewhere...
Late morning, afternoon, and you guys will see here why it's so late in a second.
I'll typically wake up and the first thing I do is I deal with my real estate.
As you guys know, I have 20 real estate properties, almost 50 plus tenants, etc.
So that becomes extremely cumbersome and annoying, right?
You're making sure that bills are paid, mortgages are paid, water bills are paid, you know, tenants are happy, this tenant is on Section 8, didn't pay their portion, evictions, oh, this guy didn't pay his rent, etc.
So that's a whole other thing.
I'm dealing with that most of the time throughout the day.
And then, you know, if we got a show, obviously I'm preparing for the show.
Whether it's me and Fresh going back and forth, figuring out what we're going to talk about.
Or if we have a topic at hand or responding to a hater, whatever it may be, I'm writing on the notebook, right?
And we're getting ready for the show.
We do the show.
As you guys know, we do two shows, right?
Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
We do the daytime show.
Then the girls come in.
So...
If I didn't work out already earlier, what I'll do is in between the two shows, I'll get a quick workout in.
I'll go downstairs, get a quick 45-minute to 60-minute session in.
I'm training, you know, full-body workouts and specialization days.
I'm training four to five days a week.
And then after that's done, we got the girls there.
We did the nighttime show for you guys.
Those shows go into 1, 2 a.m.
And then when that's done, obviously cleaning up, take the squad out for food, By the time I'm back in my spot, it's 4 or 5 o'clock in the morning, and then I'll either A, stream Overwatch, or B, I'll go ahead for hours into the morning, or I'll research YouTube videos, what's going on, what's trending, go on X, tweet some stuff.
If you guys see me, I tweet always late at night.
That's why I'm trying to build the audience up on X and then post some reels on Instagram before I got banned.
And, you know, obviously try to be out there and put content out.
So that's my day.
And then I'll go to sleep at like 7, 8 in the morning sometimes.
Sun is coming up and then wake up and do it again.
But I pretty much live my life around the podcast to try to get you guys the best content.
And that's what I mean when I say like, yo, there's no other podcast that works as hard as we do, man.
I genuinely believe that.
If you look at all the top podcasts, they might put out two, three videos a week.
You know, we're putting out six, right?
And that doesn't count FedReacts or whatever because I'm, you know, I was researching for that as well because, you know, people love true crime.
But what about you, Fresh?
All right, guys.
So I have two schedules.
One that's serious and one that's just playful.
So if I'm serious, I have a whiteboard in my room with my goals short-term and long-term, right?
And my thing is like, okay, if I'm focused on making things happen for the business, for the podcast, for real estate, I need to focus.
So I have a list of things to do daily, and then I end up causing an effect of long-term goals being successful.
So I wake up in the morning, hit the gym, either with Caval or something like that, and then I plan on my day for my dry risk board.
Once that's done, I'll have fun after, maybe go out with some friends, network, but work is done first, off on the board.
Now my other schedule is when I'm like just having fun, I wake up, I do whatever.
But the point here is that like guys, if you want to be successful in any endeavor, you need to plan it out.
You might not go according to the plan, but have a written plan down either in a notebook or a dry erase board you can see daily so when you wake up, alright, am I on point or am I off point?
Because you might get somebody saying to you, oh bro, let's go drink at a bar with some friends.
But are you hitting your goals?
No.
So why are you saying yes to that?
You've got to say no.
So that's why we wake up every morning, either with a schedule or not.
But for the most part, it's with a schedule.
And we're going to definitely open it up for Q&A as well, guys.
It wouldn't be Fresh Fit if we didn't give y'all a Q&A and answer some questions.
The thing I like most about Fresh Fit is the back and forth and the craziness.
That's what I like most!
I remember they had my assistant on one time.
I'm like, what the hell?
How's she make it on there?
Wait, who?
Who?
What?
Is she white?
Paula, yeah.
There you go.
Oh, yeah.
But yeah, whether it's girls making money, whatever.
We've got a diverse panel, guys.
You know, you'll be able to ask a multitude of different questions.
If we don't know the answer, someone on the panel definitely will.
We can read some of the chats.
Bill, is you in the back there, or do they hogtie you and tell you that the show's done?
Yes.
Who's in the bathroom right now, but we have a few chats.
All right, we'll read them real quick.
And then we'll do VIP. And then we'll do VIP questions.
Your questions for the panel.
Yeah, so Icy...
So let's get a mic for everybody here in the VIP. Icy will start organizing people.
Just guys in the audience, she's right there.
She'll take care of people that got questions and start organizing you guys.
We'll have a line right here, and we'll do the Q&A portion.
Go ahead, Mo.
There's a couple of...
They're all talking about the situation going on in these Rumble rants.
It's fine.
It's what we do best.
Rumble.
We got Lepra.
You already know the rest of the name.
Yeah, yeah.
Wes went to prison for robbing Forever 21 store.
Hell yeah.
We have SauceGodFPS says the F is this.
And we got Isaiah Van Nest says, Wes Watson's kids are another man who no one cares about your present story.
Hell yeah, they are.
And I take care of them well.
And that's everything.
Notice how they all talked about me.
That's what I specialize in.
Thank you!
My favorite subject.
Alright, that's it?
Yes.
Okay, that's safe to read, I guess.
All right.
Yeah, safe to read.
All right.
Do you have another question for the panel?
I do.
I don't know if Icy's ready.
Okay, so we'll do this one here, next one.
What is the best way to market now in today's social place for social media?
The best place to market for business, you would say?
I would say Instagram.
Can you expound upon that?
What should they do to get more followers, more engagement for business?
I feel like blogs is probably the best place to get high engagement.
I feel like a lot of us get our news from blogs.
So big pages like Wealth, Academics, Say Cheese, depending on what you're looking for.
Let's say if we're into fitness, then we get the biggest fitness blog if we want to get seen on there.
If we want to get seen for flexing or...
They into Christ, right?
They probably want to get on a God page, maybe.
You know what I mean?
So wherever you get your news from, because a lot of people just don't watch the news.
We just go to blogs and get our news.
So that's where they all have an advertising email.
You get them up on the email, and that's how you get placement.
Can you tell the audience what you told my network about running ads in different countries?
So basically, I run ads.
I spend about $300,000 a month on ads for myself.
But if I run ads in Colombia or Mexico or something like that, I will probably spend about $40,000 for the same reach of what I will spend $300,000 on in the USA. W. Cheat call, guys, by the way.
Yeah, Instagram's pretty good.
But for me, YouTube is like the billboard out there that you can really get out on.
It's kind of like YouTube Live especially, right?
It gets better engagement sometimes because you get to connect with your audience.
You get to talk to people like we are here today, live and in person, in a way, right?
And so I kind of view YouTube as kind of like the new PBS, right?
It's a public broadcasting service.
It's also stuff where you can just get your ideas out there, right?
So if you do it in an organized fashion, a smart fashion, a targeted fashion, where you're networking with people and you're meeting new people all the time, you're going into different networks, and you give value, of course, right?
Like you can't just be out there talking smack.
And just, you know, expect people to listen.
You have to give value in what you say, even if it's, you know, you have to have some entertaining way to talk about it, right?
So, it might not be for everybody, right?
I think social media is not necessarily for everybody, but it is, especially, like I said, in the digital age, the best way to get your brand out there.
So, yeah, YouTube Live for me.
Perfect.
So, you have to have a personal brand.
If you don't have a personal brand today, you're going to be, no one's going to see you.
Like, TV is gone.
YouTube.
I built everything with YouTube, bro.
When I was in Australia, I was living in a hostel.
I was living in a mattress on the floor.
I was documenting everything.
Something was telling me.
I was like, I don't know.
Something was telling me, bro, film everything.
Everyone was laughing at me.
And I did that for like six years.
Made no money.
After six years, I made 300 bucks.
YouTube is the base that moves everything.
If you see every big, big person in any industry, they have a big YouTube.
If you only have an Instagram and no YouTube, they're fake, bro.
Like, they're fake.
Well said, bro.
No real motherfucker.
Has Instagram and no YouTube.
I have two YouTubes, like 1.1 million subscribers.
I build everything with YouTube.
Like, if someone doesn't have it, it's fake.
You get to see the person.
They had to show everything.
Who they are, who's the family, where they live.
Everyone knows where I live.
I live in Hibiscus Island, one of the best islands in Miami.
I just pulled out of my house.
Two guys were outside my house for a photo.
Everyone knows who I am, where I live, Where I come from, everything is documented.
Look, Jados English in YouTube.
Search Jados Hostel.
Seven years ago, that's me in a hostel.
Look now, coming back on a jet.
You can see everything, bro.
Maybe you don't know what to say.
Who gives a fuck?
Just say something, bro.
What do you think of this shit that just went down today?
Just fucking go to your house.
Yo, these fucking two motherfuckers went fucking nuts, bro.
You gotta see that shit, you know?
Like...
Just say anything, bro.
But just build it.
Build who you are.
Everyone that's in my school, you know, they will be my friends.
Sometimes people want to pay me.
I'm like, nah.
Say what?
I don't want to be with you, bro.
You're a freak.
What the fuck?
I don't want to hang out with you.
I don't want your money.
I don't want to help you.
So you just build your shit on YouTube.
Instagram is going to follow up.
Well said.
Okay, okay.
So, I was in prison.
You know, you say what you want about prison, but I saw Instagram for the first time and I was like, this is powerful.
So, with the burner cell phone in prison, I started posting black and white photos every day.
I would have someone sit on the phone, charge it.
When the cops would walk, I'd make sure I had my post written out, the hashtags I was going to use when we thought those did something.
Then I would get my picture up, my post, everything.
I would post every day on Instagram while in prison.
From 2014, when we finally got smartphones at these joints I was at, at Delano, which was a California State Prison.
And then all the way to when I got out, I posted in black and white.
When I got out, I put up a color picture.
And I said, I'm out.
Watch what I can do.
So right when I got out, I started documenting what I do every day.
Just everything I do to stay proud of myself.
Because I wasn't a drug addict anymore.
I wasn't drinking.
I wasn't womanizing.
I wasn't committing massive acts of violence like I did all the time.
I mean, I was proud of myself because where I come from, that's pretty normal.
So none of that was taking place anymore.
So I was just documenting everything.
By documenting how I lived every day, people were like, man, teach me how to do that.
Because I always try to stay disciplined.
I always try to stay consistent, but I fall off.
So what that made me do is write a book.
So I wrote a book.
I've sold 4 million copies of my book.
I get royalties every day.
I'm an international best-selling author.
And then from there, I went on one YouTube interview.
I went on this YouTube interview, and it went viral.
It went super viral right away.
And then people were like, make a YouTube channel.
I had 100,000 subscribers on YouTube in 20 days.
I only have like 510,000 now, but this is what I want to tell you guys.
When I had 3 million views on each YouTube video, I made about 10,000 a month because I didn't know how to really do it.
And then now I get about 10,000 views on each YouTube video and I make $3 million a month because I know how to monetize what I've taught everybody, which is a system of elevation that has changed lives.
And I mean, By the time you have the Instagram to close, you have the YouTube to grab all the people who are Googling how-to stuff because they're actually learners who sit down and want to learn.
Then you have the book that people are posting and tagging you in.
You have a way of closing a product or service very efficiently.
So I think it's the three.
Write a book, Instagram to close, YouTube to get the better viewer and the person who purchases more efficiently and wants to learn.
It's a better...
And then I also have a podcast, too, that is my YouTube Transfer to Podcast.
So YouTube and podcasts have a better viewer who wants to purchase.
The book is someone who's really committed to who you are as an individual, and then use Instagram to close them.
Damn, that's really good.
Andrew?
Yeah, I mean, I'd probably be the last person to ask about this, so I can only tell you what I've seen.
It seems like they're both right.
Everything kind of expands off of YouTube.
As far as marketing goes.
But one thing I didn't hear mentioned too much is...
Clips.
Clips seem to be the way of the future.
I mean, viral clips, people have very, very short attention spans, and it seems like if you have viral clips and you make viral clips, you'll grow like crazy.
People will find you the easiest way through that.
Most of these creators that I see are red pillars in this space.
They're able to go viral and get their message out there due to clips, specifically focusing on kind of the high-impact clips.
That's the only thing that I would add, but they're both right.
I mean, YouTube's where it's at for growing any type of brand.
I mean, every company uses it.
Every individual uses it.
I'd say that that's where it's at.
That's a very good point.
Clips, for example, shorts and reels, that's how you grow rapidly.
Good point, Andrew.
Yeah, I agree with everybody so far.
I think one thing added is being able to tell a story, and usually a quick way to do that is make sure there's a person attached to the product.
If the person is the product, which in a lot of cases we are the product, Authenticity is key in this fast-paced, small-bit world we're in.
If someone sees someone authentically believing and saying what they're saying and they hold firm on it, it's very attractive.
You almost can't say no to it.
So authenticity is, I think, the key thing.
I agree with that a lot.
I have to give him props on that, because that's the truest thing right there.
Right there, what he said.
See, we could all be friends here.
No, authenticity is the highest frequency.
So, I mean, that...
Go off of what he said, but what we said, too, that's massive.
Brotherhood, I like that.
I give props when due.
I also agree, and also you get to understand that everyone is saying, well, why am I going to be a fitness coach or online coach?
There's already so many people killing it.
Who's going to listen to me, right?
Well, there's only one thing that is going to be different to every human being, and that's your story.
People are not telling the story.
That's why I tell my story again, and again, and again, and every day.
And these motherfuckers say, oh, you said that yesterday.
I'm saying, that's not for you.
That's for the new one.
So you got to tell your story, whatever is your story.
Everyone has a different story, and everyone's going to feel identified with who you are.
Obviously here, check us out.
We're pretty different.
And we're all up here.
So I'm sure you guys are going to feel identified with someone more than another one.
And at the end of the day, everyone's going to go towards that person that feels more connected to.
So you've got to tell your story.
That's very important.
Can I just add something to that?
Repetition, you're saying?
It's something that the creator doesn't really feel like doing, but it makes all the difference for the person, right?
That's because people that don't know shit, don't have money, and don't have a social presence, they criticize that.
Oh, you already said that.
I'm like, yeah.
You go to the gym every day and you do the same shit.
Every day you do the same shit.
I do the same thing every day.
Every day.
Same thing.
And actually, when I was broke, I used to train twice a day, wake up at 4am, work three jobs, and that's what got me out of the system, the matrix.
I became a millionaire and I stopped doing that.
I started partying, started doing drugs, and that's why I fucked everything up.
And then I did that back again with this motherfucker.
I saw him, no drugs, nothing.
I'm like, holy shit.
I started doing it again, and like, boy, I bring him from, like, normal, like, you know, I was making good.
I had a hurricane, you know, I had a Lambo, but, you know, that's it.
But now it's just another level, bro.
You know, like, I have this in my wrist.
It's just, like, another level, not only, like, monetary.
It's like, right now, I connect with you guys in the sense of Jesus.
I have a target here, literally.
Every day I want to be close to God and Jesus, and that gives me peace, but it's a repetition.
You've got to do that every day.
You've got to read every day, reflect every day.
It's a process.
If you take out the process of your life, you don't have nothing, bro.
I have to fully agree with what you guys are saying, but in terms of what I think is the most important thing, it's live streaming, but it's live streaming on YouTube in order to find your voice.
Because there's a lot of people, a lot of times you may not, you may like talk and everything like that and you're stuttering or you're stumbling or you don't really got your thoughts put out.
Because I've met tons of guys, I can only speak in the crypto space, but I've met tons of crypto guys who sound really smart in a recorded video and I talk to them in person and they're fucking retarded.
Right?
But not even just that, just the repetition of actually just going live and actually talking to people and knowing what you're saying and people understanding who you are.
But I want to give you guys a big tip.
What you guys are doing right now is exactly what you guys should be doing here at the live events because a lot of people ask me all the time, I want to break into an interview.
How do I do it?
I've been DMing people and no one's fucking answering you, right?
And they look at your page and you're like, you don't got enough views.
How you break through is in person.
You come to these events and I meet you.
You're like, hey, what's up?
Dude, I've DMed you before.
Have you really?
Okay, what's going on?
And then I give that person a chance.
It's a human interaction.
So literally going to live events, trying to find the group that you're a part of.
You want to break into the Red Pill?
Go to Red Pill events and you might actually break through.
Someone will give you a shot.
Rolo will let you on the stream.
But that's how you do it.
It doesn't matter if you're from religion, Red Pill money, hustling, rap.
It doesn't matter.
Just go to the events and you'll find a way through because you're hustling towards it.
By the way, we have 20K live on Rumble.
Hey, shout out to y'all, man.
Hey.
So, again, everyone said a bunch of fantastic points.
I'm going to just weave them all together for you guys in a nice, concise manner.
Number one, when it comes to being a masculine creator, you need to have some level of competence and you need to have merit.
Because the thing is, and Wes mentioned this earlier, no one's going to listen or give a fuck if you're a loser.
Men typically want to follow men that look like and do what they want to do.
So if you're a fitness influencer, you better be in shape.
If you're a financial advisor or a financial YouTuber, you better have money.
If you're a life coach, you better have a combination of all thereof.
If you're a religious coach, you better know the Bible from front to back, right?
So you need to be able to be really good at what you do.
Optimally, you want to be good at everything so you're well-rounded and a large portion of people can rock with you because some people might, let's say your fitness life coach, everything, right?
Some guys might watch you for the fitness.
Some guys might watch you for the finances.
Some guys might watch you for the womanizing, right?
And that's what we try to blend together with Fresh That Fit and make you guys the best version of yourselves.
And then you decide what you want to do with that merit.
But the point is that if you want to get into this space, You need to have a story first.
Not only do you need a story, you need to be authentic with that story.
Can people relate to you?
Can people see themselves in you?
Did you get it out the mud or were you given a silver spoon?
People respect guys that are able to get it out the mud and guys that have been through the same struggles that they have.
A big reason why we've been able to become successful as Fresh and Fit is because, guess what?
We're all dealing with the same BS with these girls, right?
We're all dealing with the flakes.
We're all dealing with the 304s.
We're all dealing with the BS. We're all dealing with feminism.
We're all dealing with being like second-class citizens when it comes to being a man.
And we understand that no one gives a shit about you as a man unless you're successful and you have your stuff together.
Then people will listen to you.
So we're like, damn, okay.
There's obviously this void in the market.
Guys need help with this.
They need to be able to get girls.
But then once we started coaching guys, we figured out, wait, you're fat.
Wait, you're broke.
No wonder girls don't want you.
So then we realized, like, holy crap.
The reason why guys are failing is because they don't have the complete package.
That's what girls want at the end of the day, right?
But they listen to us because it's like, all right.
You guys know my backstory.
I used to be a federal agent with Homeland Security Investigations.
I did that for the better part of a decade.
I learned a bunch of...
Things that I will never learn in any other job field, right?
And it made me the man that I am today.
And I did that when I was young.
And it helped me stay away from drugs.
It helped me stay away from partying, etc., right?
And I was able to develop this mindset and this skill set to be successful.
And I'm going to say something very controversial right now, but I was thinking about it while all the guys were telling their stories.
Spontaneity is the enemy of success.
Why?
Because to become successful, you guys heard it from all the guys here, I do the same thing every day.
Yep.
When you do the same thing every single day, what does that do?
That's consistency.
Consistency plus time equals what?
Success.
So, people are going to talk smack.
Bro, why don't you go to a club with us?
Bro, why don't you just have one drink?
Bro, just do this one line of coke.
Come on, man.
Live a little, etc.
This whole live a little thing is, guess what?
You're going to live a little, but then you're going to suffer for a long fucking time.
Discipline, the cornerstone of discipline is being able to put away temporary fun for long-term success.
Every single guy on this panel, though we have disagreements on certain things, has exercised discipline to become good at what they fucking do.
Whether it's cryptocurrency, being a spiritual or religious leader.
Being able to debate, making it from the bottom, coming from prison, being a convicted felon and coming on the other side of becoming multimillionaires.
Every single guy has been able to apply consistency plus time equals results.
And then once you're able to do that, then you get on the YouTube and you tell your story.
Then you get on Instagram and you tell your story.
But you need to become the man first before anyone gives a fuck.
Well said.
Tom DeMarco.
Tom DeMarco.
You guys need to make the shift from being consumers to being creators.
Like, you just gotta make that choice.
When am I gonna stop consuming and start creating?
I mean, I can't even listen to nobody.
I came out of prison, I'm like, I wouldn't follow none of these motherfuckers.
Never.
So I had to create the person I would listen to.
And you don't have to listen to me or follow me.
But you have to create the person you would listen to That's why I tell people, they're like, Wes, how'd you do it?
How'd you do it?
I'm like, who?
You have to create who can do it.
Who you would listen to.
That's the biggest thing.
Like, if you would listen to you, then now you have a place to speak, you know?
The question is, what's your story?
And every story has a hero.
So we all here on the panel had a hero journey.
Came from the bottom to the top, either through hardship, trials and errors.
But the main thing is, you are the author to start a story.
So my thing is like, if you want to have things in life like we have on stage, or for example, have a good family like what Andrew has as well, it's more like, how do I get there?
We all have a routine that we follow.
All of us here do a routine every single day.
Whether you like it or not.
And that leads to what?
Results.
So, listen.
Take it for what it is.
Everyone here on the panel has a different way of doing things.
But who do you align with?
Who can you follow?
Who can you see?
You know what?
This is like me.
I can take this information, use it to my advantage, and become better.
That's why we're here.
And I think that one of the most important things is understanding Your weakness and being able to bring in someone into your network that has that strength that can build off of your weakness.
And that's how you end up where you're impenetrable.
Where, okay, I'm not the best at religion.
Let me bring someone in that understands this.
I could be a better debater.
Let me bring someone that does this.
I need motivation.
I need to get a kick in the ass.
Let me bring this person in.
I need to understand how to monetize a platform that's usually used for sexuality but go ahead and give content that otherwise no one else would be able to do on there.
or making money on cryptocurrency when there's a bunch of scammers out there.
So you need to be able to bring people in your circle that excel at what you fail at.
So I think we'll open it up for questions now, guys.
Yeah.
Icy will press around the mic.
Just raise your hand if you've got a question.
Don't be shy.
Real quick, before we start this show, somebody had a story that was kind of shocking to me.
And he came all the way from England, right, to get away from this chaos, call it depression, call it like an issue, almost committing suicide.
and he's here because he needed the brotherhood.
He wanted to get outside, get away from home, and he's here today.
Brother, tell them what happened in your story real quick because I think it's very important for the audience to hear where you came from and what happened to you and what's going on right now.
Hi.
Hello.
Thank you.
Can you please step in the middle, please?
Yeah.
Come in the middle.
Come on, let's go.
Do it live, guys.
Let's go, man.
You're a star, man.
You're a star.
Star of the show right now, brother.
I see, in front of the camera right there.
There you go.
Good job.
Hi everyone, I'm Michael.
I've just come from London.
Last Saturday I was up quite late watching...
Fresh and Fit!
Let's go!
And I heard quite a lot of noise next door, which I'd heard before.
I live in a cottage, just two cottages together quietly.
Saturday morning I got up, went out for a cup of tea, my morning routine, and my neighbour was lying out on the floor dead.
He'd been suffering from depression, loneliness.
I'd spoke to him a couple of times, but it's difficult to get people to open up and tell their problems.
A lot of people seem to want to hold it into themselves.
And he took the...
That's the difficult way out, I think, but that's what happened.
So I didn't know what to do with myself.
Loads of people were coming around, asking me if I'm okay and whatever, but I just needed to be distracted.
I watched the program, I knew you had the live event, and I thought, fuck it, I might as well come and say hello, meet everybody, meet everybody else here, and just, yeah, that's why I'm here today.
And this is why we do the podcast, bro.
For brotherhood, man.
Thanks, guys.
Community is very important.
Yeah.
Who's up next?
I see a hand right here.
Yeah.
What's up, guys?
What's up, brother?
This is Elman Howard from J-Walla Country, Baton Rouge.
So, rewinding it a little bit, if you were in our position right now, before y'all got successful like y'all were, one of the main objectives I had this weekend is trying to network with people.
Because obviously where I'm from, I don't get a lot of that.
Just trying to get to a place where I can level up.
So if you were in any one of our shoes, how would you move in a way to show that you want to network?
Not just necessarily with you, but with my peers here.
This is so funny because we spoke about this on a call, remember?
About networking, about my network.
This is simple, guys.
A lot of you in here want to network people that are more successful than you, but you don't know how to.
Or even your peers.
Granted, in your environment, those people are not there.
Or if they're there, they're so high up, you can't reach them.
So the main thing here, and Yalos and Wes touched on it, is being authentic.
But also knowing who you are and what value you bring to the table.
Because I can say all day, okay, I'm in a small town, maybe you say Baton Rouge or whatever, and I'm going to be successful, but what's my value?
I don't even know what it is.
I'm going to talk to this guy.
He's going to be like...
Why are you talking to me?
Where's the value?
So, first thing is to figure out who you are as a man and what your value is.
And that could be, for example, you saying, you know what?
I'm good at painting.
I'm good at, for example, social media reels or shorts.
I'm good at plumbing.
Once you know where your skill is and what you're good at, then...
You can talk to him.
Or me.
Because now I know what you do.
Versus, oh bro, I want to work for you.
Doing what?
So having that as a man, knowing who you are and what your value is, it's important.
Now granted, once you find that value, go do marketing.
Kevil.
I think that, where y'all from?
Baton Rouge?
Yeah, Baton Rouge.
To be honest, I think y'all gotta move.
I think you should actually get around, like, millionaires, where millionaires be, gyms and stuff like that.
I don't see myself in Baton Rouge, like, working out.
You gotta be able to run into millionaires.
You know what I mean?
To network.
Feel me?
So, like, you at this event, go to more events.
Move to where you know it's Bugattis and Rolls Royces and stuff like that.
You know?
Well, I'm in the fitness and I'm a mechanic by trade, so I think that mechanical part would help to a certain degree, but just trying to figure out how to Put myself in that spot.
And then also, bro, keep in mind that there's a bunch of like-minded guys here right now in the VIP section where you're at, which I guarantee they're probably at a similar status as you, if not better.
And you could definitely network with them because I'm sure they're here also not just to enjoy the show, but to also meet other like-minded guys.
Let's be honest, bro.
Guys that think like us, we're rare, man.
We live in a blue-pilled world where most guys are simps.
Most guys are stupid.
Most guys are incompetent.
Most guys are fat.
They don't really believe in self-improvement.
They think, let me just go ahead and make it through life sleepwalking.
So you're already in what I would call a warm lead situation where you've got a bunch of guys that are like-minded.
You're going to be able to chop it up right away.
So look left and right to your brothers that are here.
Guarantee you guys will be able to chop it up on some stuff.
Hell, there's probably someone here also from Louisiana.
I wish Waller was here, man.
My man, my man, social media is your resume to the world.
Well, it's funny.
You hear me?
Hey, real quick, let me talk.
Social media is your resume to the world.
Why would you not be putting out who you are on social media?
Are you?
Why the fuck not?
What the, what do you, like, do you know how many people I reach every day?
Social media is your resume to the world.
I was, when I got out of prison, I was walking next to a bunch of normal people.
I was nobody at that time, but to me I was.
I knew how I had operated for 10 years.
And I was wondering if they knew who the fuck I was.
I was like, do they even know who they're standing by right now?
Do you even understand what I am and who I am?
I'm unstoppable.
I haven't stopped myself in 10 years.
The thing is, you're going to suck at everything you do until you don't suck at being you anymore.
How do you know you suck at being you?
You don't hold your word to yourself.
As soon as you start holding your word to yourself, you will be good at being you.
And then when you're good at being you, you'll be good at everything you do.
That's it.
That's simple.
Don't listen to anyone else the rest of your life.
Only Wes Watson.
10-4.
Yeah, one more thing I want to add to that is just if you're trying to reach a lot of people that, like you were saying, you want to be around people that are also successful, I would also say just try to find one of their pain points that they need solved and solve it for them.
And then all of a sudden, they'll change right around and be like, oh shit, I need to talk to this guy more.
And then, you know, you're in there a little bit.
The thing is that usually people don't really know how to network, you know?
You don't network by asking or going to places.
You network by helping.
You know, like, I can go anywhere in the world.
The other day I was in Cancun, I walked in a restaurant, the guy, oh my, you saved my life.
Like, I've been 10 years putting out content.
Helping people like him.
So when you help so many people, people want to give back to you.
Literally, you go anywhere and they know you.
The more you put out, the more you're going to get back.
So that's how you network, bro.
You give.
So you have to be really good at something.
Is it fitness?
If I see you, I mean, you have some size, but you're not ripped.
So you have to be the best at fitness.
Be the best at mechanic.
And then give it out for free, bro.
Then people are going to be thankful.
And that's how you network.
Literally, if you want, I could build a fitness program around you.
Mindset, fitness, training, nutrition, tell you everything to post, everything to charge, everything to do.
You'll be helping people around you very quickly, and you'll be drawing in an audience of people that fit you.
It's very simple.
You just have to do it, and then a lot of people are too scared to get on camera.
Then you start to see where your weakness is.
Social media, bro.
It's where everyone's at.
But you started in the right place.
You're here right now, like Myron said.
Absolutely.
Everyone around you, tell them what you do.
Yeah.
Because now they know what you do.
Versus before, there's another person here in the audience.
I guarantee someone's going to come up to you and be like, oh, you're into mechanics.
Boom.
There's going to be a car guy here.
Someone's going to need some help.
Maybe someone from your neck of the woods out there in Louisiana.
A lot of fat people, by the way, in Louisiana as well, man.
So you've got a very rich potential clientele there.
This is true.
There's a guy in the audience, Mario, I'm sorry, Chris, that came up to me earlier as well.
He was sending us actual DMs on Instagram for months.
But obviously we didn't see it, but he came here, now I know who he is, but then guess what?
After the show, we're gonna network.
But again, he came up to me in person, he knew who he was as a person, he knew what his value was, and said, yo, listen, I'm here, bro.
I showed up to meet you here today.
That's important.
Cool.
Who's up next?
Nah, man, of course.
Go on, brother.
Come on up.
Hey, you guys, he's so close to killing it.
Yeah.
A couple tips, and he's murdering it.
100%.
Like, he's already thick.
Like, I'd get him ripped.
He'd be busting out his skin.
He'd be so proud of himself.
I could make him a monster.
Straight up.
There you go.
Moving forward.
He's so close, dude.
But notice, right?
He sees the potential in you.
That's important.
Because you know what you want.
If you're telling us what you want, he sees it.
I got you, bro.
Because they only see what they've done.
You don't see because you haven't been there.
I've been washing dishes, bro.
And I was like, I'm not going to wash dishes all my life.
This is like just a step.
So I've gone from washing dishes to here.
So I see you and I only see abundance.
I only see going up because that's what I... You know, people out there just see fucking nothing.
Because they've done nothing and they don't want to do anything.
So when you talk with people like this, they tell you what they see in you.
And now you can believe in that.
You have faith.
With no faith, there's nothing.
You can have a system.
You can have habits.
You can have everything.
You don't have faith.
You have nothing, bro.
We all see the current version of ourselves projected onto other people.
That's why if you tell your family who hasn't done anything your goals, they'll be like, what?
How are you going to pull that off?
But if you told me you wanted to murder it, make millions a month, if you told me I want to make a million a month as a fitness coach, I'd say, so you're going to be broke?
I mean, that's literally the way I think.
A million a month, I'd be broke, straight up.
I mean, get around people that are limitless, Doug.
This question's for Myron, specifically.
Sure.
As a college student, I go to college in Florida.
Just because of all the degeneracy on campus, how do you find like-minded people while in campus, on campus, and just try and network with students that have the same goals as you?
So, good question.
So, when I was in college, I was a Division I athlete, so that kept me away from 90% of the bullshit.
I had to be up every single day at 5 in the morning, hit the Charles River up there in Boston, you know, whether it was cold or not, and then you build a brotherhood with those guys, and you're always like, okay, well, if I go drink and party...
I'm hurting the rest of the team because they're training really hard.
So it almost kind of kept everyone honest where it's like I need to be in the best shape because we were year round.
So if you don't have a sports team that you're training with, right, where you can hold each other accountable there, you need to join a group of like-minded guys.
I think club sports is a fantastic way to do it where you're still able to train.
It's somewhat serious to almost a level of division one.
Or Division II, whatever school you go to.
And hang around with those guys, man.
Stay away from guys that want to party all the time.
Stay away from guys that want to drink all the time.
Stay away from guys that want to do drugs all the time.
And also for you guys in the 20s, like your 20s...
It's kind of like your make or break decade.
If you fuck up your 20s, you're going to have to catch up for it in your 30s.
And if you mess up your 30s, you're going to catch up for it in your 40s.
So can you make up for it?
Of course, right?
There's guys here on the panel that have done it.
But if you want to set yourself up where it's a lot smoother, because in your 20s, obviously, you have the energy, the piss and vinegar to go ahead and work hard, do that.
But I would say your environment is super important.
I mean, I think you could speak to that more.
Like when you like...
You made the money and then you hung out with certain people and then you said you lost it.
You can talk more about that.
What you were saying is totally right.
People think when you're like 18...
How old are you?
I'm 20.
You're 20.
People think that that's your time to enjoy.
Fuck that.
That's your time to grind 24-7.
I could sleep like 3 hours when I was 18, bro.
I sleep 5 now, you know?
But like, you have to work all day.
Every day.
So when you're 30, you live the life you want to live.
I'm 32 now, and I'm living the life I've never even dreamt of.
You know, but I'm stopping here.
But you have to give everything right now.
Because people wait until they're 30, 35.
And now, like, you know, it's not the same.
Right now, you have to stay away from all that bullshit.
I dropped out of college last year, fourth, because I was looking at my teachers.
I just wanted Lambo.
That's everything I wanted.
A Lambo.
That was the only thing I wanted.
You know, I bought it, and then I... What now?
You know, like, I had a Lambo, and, you know, I was doing lines of coke in my Lambo in Vegas.
You know, I'm, like, fucking killing it.
You know, with my friend.
I was like, yo, we're on the beach, bro.
You remember, like...
We're doing coke in the fucking Lambo in Vegas.
You know, we made it.
I'm like, we're just fucking everything up.
Literally, I was fucking everything up.
And I fucked everything up, you know?
So just set a goal, even if it's materialistic.
Because when you get it, you realize it's not about the money.
It's about, you know, how you feel inside.
But it doesn't matter.
It just gets you going.
Whatever gets you going right now, just do it and work all day, bro.
Just forget about that bullshit.
And the other thing, too, is...
Because I was there, man.
Like...
You're going to go to parties.
You're going to meet up with your friends and shit.
And you're not going to be drinking.
They're going to say, what's wrong with you, man?
They're going to think you're weird.
They're going to think you're a social awkward weirdo.
Or they're going to think, oh, what, did you have a problem with alcohol?
Are you a recovering alcoholic or whatever?
You've got to be able to tune out the BS, man.
Because people are always going to try to shame you when you're doing something better for yourself.
And you're not doing what everyone else is doing.
So, your 20s, you definitely want to work hard.
Stay away from the drugs.
You want to go to parties and mess with some girls here and there?
Look, I get it.
You're 20, your hormones are probably raging, etc.
But you need to be able to control that shit.
And the biggest thing I would say is stay away from drugs and alcohol, man.
That is like the number one killer of success.
I think everyone here on the panel pretty much is sober.
So, do not do drugs and do not drink alcohol all the time.
All the time.
And put a condom on.
Yeah, but...
Yeah, man.
But that's what I would say.
Number one, join a club or a community of guys that are like-minded.
Step one.
Step two, stay away from drugs.
Step three, if you are going to go to parties and everything else like that, don't get belligerently drunk and work really hard in your 20s, man.
The 20s is when you're supposed to work.
People sit there just like you said.
Oh, no, man.
Enjoy your 20s.
That's a bunch of BS. That's a bunch of BS. If you want to go ahead and work for somebody else and barely make your bills and be fat or whatever, you could do what everyone else does.
Enjoy your 20s.
No.
Grind during your 20s so that when you do hit your 30s, you're retiring while everyone else is still working a regular job.
But notice, right?
You're 20 years old, right?
I can't say America at 21.
I worked at a job at AT&T. Everyone there was in their 40s, 30s, grinding.
I'm like, how long are you going to be here?
Oh, I don't know.
I'll leave one day.
I'll leave there for like 30, 20 years.
And I'm like, I don't want to be like that person.
So you know what I did?
I said, okay, here's my goals.
Get out this job, buy property, invest.
So that's all I did.
They said, yo, fresh, let's go drink some beers at the bar.
No!
Those are my goals.
Why am I going to go party with you?
And guess what?
I'm here now.
Where are they at?
Same job.
And do not fall victim to fear of missing out.
I could tell you honestly, dude, when I was in college and people would be partying on weekends and I'm going to sleep there because I got practice in the morning, I'd think to myself, damn, man, why am I not there?
Am I a loser?
What am I doing?
I'm wasting my time.
I'm an idiot, etc.
Like, you got to tune all that out, man, because you are going to get the FOMO. You are going to get it.
As a college student, I've been there, man.
You just got to be able to sit there on those Friday and Saturday nights, listen to the music and everything else like that, and be like, it is what it is.
I'm going to keep grinding.
And if you do go to those parties, don't fucking drink.
If you don't learn to validate yourself to yourself, you'll follow everybody else.
So the only thing that matters is the work instills the worth, your worth.
If you don't do the personal development work on you, you will have no personal worth.
Doesn't matter how much money you have or what you do or anything like that.
Your worth comes from the work you do on yourself.
You have to make yourself undeniable.
So when you walk in a room, not one person's opinion of you holds weight on you.
I'll flip the whole room before anyone will ever flip me.
Nobody ever turned me out.
It ain't gonna happen.
If you're getting turned out by people, it's because you're weak and you don't follow your own guidance system.
Like, honestly, bro, make yourself undeniable and take over.
It's too easy.
Everybody else is weak.
And I got one last thing.
This is a little trick that I did.
Do your hardest workouts on Fridays and Saturdays.
Why?
Because if you do a super hard workout on Friday, number one, you're going to be tired.
You don't want to go out.
Number two, you're going to be like, damn, do I really want to drink booze and kill all the gains that I could potentially be making?
I used to do that purposely on Fridays, and then our coach used to make us do our hardest workouts on Saturdays.
So that's another tip, too, to kind of, like, if you have an issue with, like, damn, I'm really getting bad FOMO, Schedule your hardest workouts for Fridays and Saturdays to keep your ass inside on those weekends.
Andrew, Jim Bob, we give a very secular advice.
What's your more, like, religion-based advice for him?
For, you know, for defense.
Voting degeneracy, that's the term he used.
Yeah, I agree with pretty much all you guys.
Stay away from drugs, overconsumption.
Stay away from...
I mean, it's hard, but you gotta try to stay away from the chicks, dude.
You gotta focus.
I agree with all of them.
If you work...
If I did that, you know, at 20, I don't even know what...
Where I'd be right now.
But it's a task, though, so it's not like it's easy.
It's easier said than done.
Just ask yourself, like, what's your desire?
I want to start a hedge fund by 30.
Okay.
Why do you want to start a hedge fund?
I've been investing since I was 17, and I just enjoy it greatly.
What are you going to do with that money?
Exactly.
What do you want the money for?
Well, one of the things I... Don't want to give too much info, but I hope to run for office, but I don't want to sell my soul like many politicians.
Not as a Democrat, right?
Hopefully as an independent, but realistically, I don't want to give the side just for...
Advancement.
Then you really got to stay clean, my friend.
If you want to be a politician, you really got to stay clean.
Because in this social media world, they're going to pull up old pictures of you partying, all this shit.
That right there is motivation to stay clean and not do dumb shit and stay away from drugs and alcohol even more so if you want to be a politician.
Bro, you got it?
No diddy.
A quick follow-up to the FOMO. My parents often sometimes, God bless them, they say, you work too hard, you should go out and enjoy yourself.
And that's what hurts.
It's not people that say, just come out.
My parents want me to go out.
Do they live the life you want to live?
Ooh.
Gotcha, bitch!
Yeah.
So why are you going to listen to them?
You fix your desire, and then your thoughts have to be aligned with their desire.
And then your words have to be aligned also.
And then your actions.
And then the result will come.
So party is not there, bro.
Drugs is not there.
Hanging out with losers is not there.
Everybody misses this whole point.
Like AA and everything, and everything we're saying is pretty incorrect because we're focusing on what to get rid of.
We shouldn't give any focus to what needs to get rid of.
If you focus on something greater, The lesser falls away.
It's insignificant.
You just have to focus on the best you.
And that shit just is insignificant.
I've never craved alcohol or craved all these things when I was really focused on creating my vision.
So the whole thing is, is what you gotta understand is boredom leads to desire, leads to vices.
If you don't get bored, cause you're always creating this massive vision.
I got out of prison at like literally less than six years ago, bro.
My trajectory has beat everybody by far.
Nobody's even close to me, bro.
Because I just didn't get bored.
Every second I was thinking about how to get through to you and how to get through to him.
I didn't have a free second.
Not even a free second.
I couldn't get bored to want to go drink.
It just didn't even happen.
So don't focus on any of the negative shit.
Just focus on building the best you and you won't even pay attention to it.
Damn.
And you got a lofty goal, my friend.
So it's only up.
You want to be a politician?
And hey, I'd vote for you because you're watching this.
I already know your mindset is in the right place.
We need more guys on a hill like you, man.
Who's next?
Good question.
Good question.
He's 20 years old, by the way.
That's dope.
That's a good mindset to have at 20.
When I was 20, I was an idiot, bro.
Same.
You're going to kill it.
You're going to kill it, bro.
It's Anthony checking in from Toronto, Canada.
Canada in the house.
Okay, let's go.
Canada's great.
We might be there next, actually.
Sneak peek.
Yeah.
Next live show.
That might be the next live show of Toronto.
Shout out to all the Canadians.
Did you say Canada's great?
Yes.
Toronto.
Okay, let me explain why.
You just do your thing and that's it.
Keep the other politics, all that stuff out of it.
And you just work and do your thing.
I've been...
In the auto-glass industry for 40 years, that's four decades, I've never had a bad day.
Damn.
Because his windshield's always breaking.
What's the question, brother?
Do you drive up?
You have your own van, you drive up and replace their windshield on the spot?
That's right, yeah.
I do the mobile service, and I specialize in that because a lot of people like the convenience, and that's one thing for everybody here.
He didn't ask it yet.
He's just talking about he was in the auto replacement glass industry.
And for something for everybody here, find something that you like doing and just stick to it.
There's a lot of people I see on the podcast, a lot of girls, they have five different jobs that they're doing.
Yeah.
Like pick one and do well, but there's scatterbrains.
Myron Fresh, thank you very much for hosting this event.
I really enjoy it.
I came down here.
Andrew, I really like your content.
My question to the panel here is what political party do you think is more conducive to growing a successful business And a good society out there.
Man!
I assume you mean in America, right?
In America, or...?
I think globally, yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, it's all...
You want to take that first, Andrew?
Yeah, so, I mean, what's...
He said what...
Go ahead, Andrew.
Well, his question was, which political party is better for helping you start a business and operate a business long-term?
That's your question, right?
Yeah, correct.
Okay.
So, they're both bad.
They both suck, but the right is by far better.
For small businesses, the right is far better.
For growing a business, the right is far better.
For everything business-related, the right is better.
And this is because progressives push social welfare, and they can't...
The government has to take from small business in order to push two social welfare programs.
So it's always the small guy who gets hit.
So if you're looking at your taxes and how high they are and why you can't expand...
Oftentimes, this is due to Democrat and leftist policies.
And I'll say, as a real estate investor, by far, you want to vote Republican.
Trump 2024, baby.
Because of taxes, right?
I've always thought Trump was a shit, so that's mine.
That's because taxes and real estate?
No, just I think he's awesome.
He also gives to huge tax breaks for real estate, too.
He does.
But fuck both the parties, though.
Let's just be real.
Republican passes the best laws, but neither one of those politicians has helped me out with anything at all.
I've done everything for myself.
Regardless of who's in office, if you're a bum, you're going to be a bum, and if you're successful, you're going to be successful.
However, what I will say is if Republicans will help you amplify that success a bit, especially if you're a real estate investor, Trump passed a bunch of real estate-friendly legislation, which Biden took away.
So, you know, if you're a small business owner...
Or a real estate investor, by far, I agree with Andrew.
I mean, he cut the corporate tax, too.
I mean, this guy was great for business, and he's always been great for business.
Canada, though, I don't know, man.
Trudeau?
Sorry, bro.
But Trudeau's a leftist.
It's the same thing.
So, I mean, the right there in Canada is still superior for growing a business than the left.
And again, too, it doesn't matter what political party that's in power, it's up to you as an individual to take control and just run with it, because we are all blessed people.
We're living in the greatest time in human history, and it's really sad to see a lot of people out there begging, doing all kinds of Degenerate things to make money.
Opportunity, like North America is the streets are paved with gold.
Literally.
Like you could have anything.
I've been in, like I said, in Canada for 40 years.
I don't have a college degree.
But today I could say...
I have a million dollar net worth.
W, man.
Nice.
Good job, bro.
And that's for being consistent.
Also to...
But it would be a million and a half if it weren't for the leftists in Canada.
I just want to let you know.
Actually, it's three.
You know, I don't want to brag.
Okay.
Real quick.
You should brag.
You should brag.
We'd be proud of you.
We want to hear your wins.
Yeah.
Yes, everybody does that.
Myron, for you, thank you.
Um...
Listening to you have motivated me to get into the gym.
Be consistent and I'm down 10 pounds.
Let's fucking go man.
Good job man.
Thank you bro.
Okay, who's next?
We're going to do...
I mean, we got like...
We got like two...
So guys, answer a question.
We got you.
And then next person.
Yeah.
Let's get as many guys through and help as many guys as possible.
Okay, I'm going to make this quick.
Hey, Fresh and Fit, thank you again for hosting a great podcast.
I want to say, I don't care what anyone says, this is probably way better than an after-hour show than with their live girls.
I'm just saying.
That's me.
Put out there.
Put out there.
Thank you, man.
Thank you.
I'll watch the daytime shows.
These will get you the girls, bro.
There's still titties up here.
Yeah.
That's my guys.
I heard a great quote online sometime today.
I flew from D.C. to Miami.
So somebody said, if you can't stay motivated, stay consistent.
Do y'all gentlemen believe that if y'all got here to y'all point, by being consistent, if not, When do you think it's the time to be radical and change it up?
I'll tell you right now, man.
Today.
I didn't feel like working out.
Like I woke up and I was like, man, I'm tired.
I feel like shit, whatever.
And right now I'm real big on doing calisthenics with a weighted vest, right?
And I got this like 40 pound weighted vest that I lug everywhere with me when I go to the gym.
And I went and I just got the workout done.
And the whole time I hated it.
I was like, man, this sucks.
Why am I doing this?
I just want to chill, whatever it may be.
And a lot of times, I haven't really shared this with y'all, but I really don't enjoy working out that much, guys, to be honest with y'all.
I really don't.
I don't used to enjoy it as much as I did when I was an athlete because I was pushing towards something.
We had a goal, we were going to beat Boston University, fuck BU, we'd be chanting, etc.
But now as an adult, 34 years old, You know, you're like working out and it's like, okay, what am I working out for?
And to me, it's like, okay, now it's, I'm not a bitch, right?
It's like, I'm going to do this because I'm not a pussy, I'm not a bitch, and there's people running on me.
Now, nowadays, y'all are the motivation, really, is what it is.
It's like, how am I going to look if I'm going to go out and dispense advice and be a fat POS, right?
So I'm going to make sure I stay lean year-round, make sure I always have my veins, but I'm going to stay in shape, et cetera, so I can be a leader through example.
So, I don't enjoy working out, but I realize that there's a bigger purpose, so I get it done regardless.
So my biggest thing is consistency, regardless of how you feel, is always going to take you to the top.
My man, I'm an offering.
You're an offering.
Are you proud of what you're offering everybody as you stand up?
I like where you're at.
I could be proud of you.
I could get behind you and say, this guy's solid.
Like, he looks like he's got his shit together.
I mean, how the fuck can people pull up as such a shitty offering of self And act like that anybody should listen to them.
So, I mean, you're an offering to the world in every aspect.
And if you have real shitty character and you're just in shape, then it doesn't matter if you're in shape.
And if all you have is money and you're not in shape and you have poor character, then fuck the money.
But I mean, across the board, everything matters.
Like, can you offer people a way out?
Can you?
Of their pain, of their problems.
And that's what we do here.
That's what we do for sure.
And I know what he just told you, he's 34.
Fuck!
I didn't know he was that young.
He's going to murder him!
Like, you guys all got a lot of time ahead of you.
But that doesn't mean move slow.
Success favors speed.
And I move fast as a motherfucker.
And it's because I never miss.
People will see me five years from where I got in prison with 200 bucks.
Like five and a half years ago.
They're like, man, you made it so far.
How'd you move so fast?
I said, I didn't move fast.
I moved correctly.
You guys take back steps every weekend.
I never take a back step.
So seven days a week, I'm just moving forward.
Walking forward.
You guys try to run and then take two huge back steps.
Run again to make up for lost time.
Take some more back steps.
And I'm just cruising every day doing the same shit.
And you're like, whoa!
He's way down there.
You don't have to, like, move out of haste.
You don't have to make up for lost time.
You just have to be consistent every day and be truthful with the results you're getting.
And if you're not getting them, you have to ask the people above you, what do I need to change?
Well said.
God damn.
That was good.
I mean, you're an offering.
You're in a good place.
I mean, just laser focus on your weaknesses to level up.
And even if you don't feel like doing it, do it even more with the consistency, man.
That's the biggest thing.
When I say, I mean, I don't feel like doing this, that drives me to go even more.
And if you forget or you need help to motivate you, get a partner that's going to hold you accountable.
Yeah.
Pretty much.
No excuses.
Yeah.
Hi, guys.
My name's Chase.
I've been watching you guys' show for a long time.
And I wanted to know on how to build a team for...
Networking.
Elman had that question earlier.
We talked about it.
We kind of connected a little bit, which was great.
But before coming here, I messaged you, I messaged Aaron on this question.
You guys are busy.
I get that.
And the hardest thing that I have understanding is how to network and how to meet people and have them understand that I have value and that I can provide things.
I'm the most valuable person that I know that I am around.
And like he said earlier, you got to move.
You got to go somewhere else.
I'm kind of rooted where I'm at.
I've never drank, never smoked.
Where are you at?
I'm in Washington, Puyallup area.
Okay.
Yes.
Yeah, so I've never drank, never smoked, never had any of those bad habits.
I've been around people who have, and that just wasn't for me.
And it's really hard to find people who are like me and who I can connect with to just...
Kind of get to where I want to be.
I admire you guys.
I want to be in the same level and hopefully actually sit next to you guys in a podcast or something.
Just be respected to the same kind of deal.
What I'm striving for is being able to help people who have a similar background with me.
Single mom, grown up poor, didn't have food in the house, shit like that.
That shit sucks.
So where can I go?
And this is for questions.
I'm hoping you can give an answer for people who aren't here, who can't afford to be here.
Where can they go?
How can they connect?
You guys suggested social media and it's challenging at times.
It's intimidating as well, especially with you guys who are saying the stuff like, what can I say to have value that you guys haven't already said?
Sorry if that's a lot.
No, that was great.
You're good.
We said this real quick.
We already said that before.
You have a different story than I have, bro.
You know, people are going to listen to you before to me because maybe they're not going to feel identified with a guy that's all tatted, with his wife in a private jet and pulls out to a Bugatti, you know?
Maybe he'll feel identified with you, you know?
So, you have a story different to mine.
You're not seeing your value yourself because you're saying, we have said it all, but you haven't said anything yet.
You have to say what you have inside, bro, that you went from port to here.
You made it big time.
You can always help people that are behind you.
Don't focus on people that are ahead of you.
I don't have anyone that I can lean on that's ahead of me.
Like I said, I'm in the highest status of any of my friend groups.
It's not very high, but everyone comes to me for advice.
Everyone comes to me for suggestions.
It's time to drop those fucking friends because you got some new ones right here.
There's a bunch of guys right here that are like-minded, right?
That are probably in the same exact situation that you're in where they're at the top of the echelon where they're from, right?
Whether it's Baton Rouge, Louisiana, out there in Washington State.
There's a bunch of guys that are probably at the top of their pinnacle where they're at.
And you can go ahead and network with them here because that was the first question was, how do I build a team of people that I can network with?
You got it right here, man.
We've done the work for you.
We've assembled a bunch of guys that are like-minded, etc.
And here's the other thing too.
You're gonna be dealing with a bunch of guys that are aware to the same degree that you are about how the world works, how women work, etc.
Because the last thing you want to do is deal with guys that are blue-pilled, that don't understand basic dynamics.
So you got a bunch of guys right here that you can network with and start there.
So I don't know if you know, but I never smoked or drunk in my life.
Sometimes you gotta look at it like some friends can be distractions, you know what I mean?
And you just gotta find the people that's disciplined like you.
So if your friends are distractions, you just have to cut the friends off.
And like I was saying, you should move earlier because, like, if you notice nobody is in your area that can help you get to the next level, then you have to go where the next level is, you know what I mean?
It's just simple as that, you know?
People shine in Miami till I showed up, motherfucker, straight up.
They tried.
They tried.
You couldn't even write a better...
The way I pull up, you couldn't even fake that in the craziest movie possible.
Straight up.
I roll in a Phantom with my security strapped, and I'm in the Bugatti in front of him.
And nobody pulls up like me.
They couldn't even try on their best day.
They couldn't even write a fictional scenario where someone did that in a movie, bro.
Like, this is...
Like, why would you believe you're at any type of level?
Like, you're not, bro.
Get around people that are...
And then smack yourself for even having to ask that question, bro.
You need to be in better shape, bro.
You need to step it up.
You need better fucking shoes.
You need to dress fucking better.
Bro, you need someone to really, someone above you to critique the fuck at you.
Because, like, you're delusional as fuck.
And I'm going to tell you right now.
Love ain't lies, bro.
If people lie to you, they're not your friend, bro.
Like, literally.
And you're kind of a little cupcake, you're a little soft dude, and so I know it probably will hurt you to say this shit, but you need it, bro.
Wake the fuck up, bro.
Like, you're seeing people on social media that are ripped.
Do you not want to be ripped?
I'm not embarrassed of my physique.
You should be, dude.
What the hell's the matter with you?
Lift your shirt up.
Come on, dog.
Like, no way, bro.
You're not embarrassed to that?
Like, wake up, dude.
You've seen people, right?
Like, people who are killing it.
You don't believe you're worth that?
You're worth way more than what you are.
Why are you staying there, bro?
Some lady asked me today, show me the inside of that Lamborghini SUV. I've never seen one.
I said, this is my worst car.
And she's like, what do you mean?
And I told her some of the stuff I had.
She's like, why would you need all that?
I said, because I'm worth it.
I'm worth the ripped physique.
I'm worth all the stuff.
I'm worth everything that I have.
And it's not just material shit.
I'm worth the praise I get all around the world.
Literally, some lady brought her little daughters up to take a picture with me while I was at dinner.
Most of the time, I don't even pay.
Because someone surrounding me pays for my tab.
Because I've already changed their life.
I usually don't even pay wherever I go, bro.
Straight up.
You're worth way more than that, bro.
I'm not calling you out.
I'm calling you up to a level that you don't think you're worth.
Because you think that's okay.
That's not okay, Doug.
You said it before, bro.
You're the best where you are.
You gotta surround yourself with people that have better physique, better religion, better money.
You have to be the brokest person in the room.
You have to be the unfittest person in the room.
If you think you're already fit, you're losing, bro.
And I wake up every day and I think I'm fat.
I think I'm broke.
I'm fat and broke the second I wake up.
I think I'm not.
I don't know shit, bro.
People think I'm...
I don't know.
I don't know shit, bro.
And I wake up every day and I'm like, what the fuck I'm doing, bro?
I need to get my shit together.
And this is why I give 100% every day.
You gotta do the same shit.
Would it make you a better version of you to be way fit or a worse version?
Myron always says a strong body is a strong mind and I admire that.
What do you say?
What Myron says, what do you say, bro?
I agree.
Yeah, so next time just say I agree, bro.
Thank you.
So you're better than where you're at, bro.
Sit down.
No, I'm just kidding.
And one more thing.
Wait, wait, wait.
And one more thing I'll just say.
If you're the...
And this is really important.
This is for everybody in here because a lot of you guys, I was in this situation too.
You might be the smartest guy in your group.
You make the most money.
You're the most successful.
The reality is you're the biggest fucking fool.
If you're the smartest guy in the room, you're actually the biggest fool.
You need to be around people that are way better than you so that you're always like, damn, what am I doing?
Because we're human beings.
We like to get comfortable.
You need to learn how to become comfortable being uncomfortable by being around people that are better than yourself.
You know what I see in you, bro?
You want better for yourself, right?
Yes.
Now, Wes is a hard teacher, but he means well.
I understand that.
But I can see with you, right, bro?
Like, you want more for your life.
You're in D.C., right?
No.
He's in Washington State.
Washington, right?
Nobody's there, really.
Doing much.
So what Kev said is, leave that environment to a better environment.
I remember I came to Miami eight years ago, right?
And I know, hold on.
I came to Miami.
I didn't even know what Lambo was.
I'm from a small island in Barbados.
I didn't know what was possible until coming here.
I started to say, damn, how do I get that?
I saw someone driving to Lamborghini, right, at Starbucks.
I said, listen, bro, it's hard to bother you, but what do you do for a living?
I want to learn.
Question.
But guess what I did?
Changing my environment.
Same thing with you.
You leave that sorry ass state, come to some place like Vegas, New York, maybe not Miami, but regardless, it doesn't matter.
You're changing your environment.
Then, what do you need?
Confidence in yourself.
Because right now, I see someone who wants better for himself, but the confidence isn't really there.
Because if I see you talking to me right now, right?
Confidence?
I want to help you.
Because I know what you want.
You come to me like, oh, bro, I just want to do better.
What does that mean?
What's your skill?
What's your value?
So knowing that up front, the confidence, the new city, you'll kill it, bro.
You'll kill it.
You got a bunch of guys here to kickstart it with.
You got to compete, man.
You got to be a competitor, bro.
No one will ever beat me, bro.
Ever, bro.
They won't beat me.
Go to my page, go to other people's pages.
I beat them so badly, it's just drastic.
You need to beat me, bro.
You have to best me.
That's what you have to do to take the spotlight.
And you can.
With the areas that you can speak better than me, you can get more ripped than me, you can do a lot of stuff better than me.
But you have to choose to fucking beat me, bro.
Everyone thinks it's a competition just me versus me.
No.
You're against everybody.
Every man that's trying to take the chick you want.
Everybody online who's trying to steal the spotlight you want.
The internet's very unbiased.
If you're not getting likes, it's because you suck.
And if you are getting likes, it's because you don't.
Straight up.
Alright, who's up next?
Did that help?
It did.
I had one more question, but I can move on so you can move on.
Don't worry.
We'll talk after.
We'll do it after, bro.
I got you.
Alright guys, nice and fast, cause we're ending soon.
Yeah, we'll go for another 5 to 10.
Alright, so we have him over there, and then two guys on this side.
Oh, he's over there with the ice cream.
Yeah, ice cream man, can you come over here?
Ice cream, ice cream.
No, did he, man.
Burn.
Burn.
I mean, you know you're working.
Come on, man.
No, did he, man.
Come here, come here.
Yeah.
Right here.
Alright, go ahead, brother.
Can I just give you an intro, bro?
Go ahead, go ahead.
So this guy, when I'm Instagram, send me a DM. He said, bro, come to the event.
Here's my value.
I serve ice cream.
I'm still like, I think I serve ice cream in that event.
But hold on.
The confidence, the swagger, the value.
You know what?
Come through, brother.
Serve ice cream.
But again, he knew his value up front when talking to me.
So just real quick.
Thank you so much for that.
So let me introduce myself a little bit.
Quick background.
My name is Mamoru, owner of Twin World Ice Cream.
And thank you.
My name is Mamadou, owner of Twin World Ice Cream.
It's called Twin World because I'm a twin brother.
So I discovered this ice cream in Egypt when I was 19.
Right after I discovered the ice cream, I didn't necessarily know what to do with it.
I saw a man in Egypt in the outskirts in a village making the exact same ice cream that I'm making right now.
So I had some.
I knew it was the best ice cream I've ever had in my life.
Years later, I'm back in my house with my family, living in my aunt's basement, watching Fresh and Fit, not knowing what to do.
So I was like, you know what?
Let me start applying what they're saying.
And that was about six months ago.
Now I'm here.
Networking real fresh.
So my props to you guys.
I really appreciate you guys.
You know what I'm saying?
Gradual.
Just keep working little by little and eventually you might get there.
You know what I'm saying?
Well, eventually you will get there.
So thank you so much, guys.
I really appreciate it.
And believe me, when this is done, I'm trying that shit, nigga.
Trust me.
I'm waiting for you, man.
You first.
Y'all first.
Y'all let me know.
All right, bro.
I hate ice cream, but I'll try yours.
Pause.
There you go.
What was your question?
Yeah, pause, man.
It was a statement.
It was a statement.
I just had to testify that.
What they were saying was true.
That's all.
Yeah.
W testimony.
All right.
Thank you, brother.
Appreciate that, man.
That's why we do what we do, man.
Thanks, bro.
Real talk, man.
What's up, everybody?
Don Test from Arizona just moved to Washington State, so we're going to connect, bro.
I appreciate everything that everybody's doing up here.
My question is, if you guys were to start from zero tomorrow, what next steps would you guys take to get the wealth that you guys have today?
Easy answer to that, which is find what's closest to the money.
Usually for people, it's time that's closest to the money.
So what do you know that other people don't?
What value can you give them?
What problem can you solve?
Use your time to solve that.
Right?
And do that in a way that you really connect with people, and then they'll give you a testimony like that guy just did with Fresh and Myron, and then build on that.
Right?
Once you got...
Usually, for me, what I've noticed is around 30 people that follow you, and maybe around 30,000 people that follow you as well.
For whatever reason, it's the 30 number.
Right around there is where you really start compounding.
And then you get like this group effect where everybody starts coming around you, right?
So you want to just show your success to the world.
But start with what's closest to the money and then look to scale from there.
I think sometimes people go to the scaling option first.
How can I help a lot of people right away?
Try to help just a few people first, you know?
And then once you help a few people, they'll tell you.
They'll tell other people.
They'll tell other people.
You get that organic compound effect, so that's what happens, you know, at the basic level.
So start doing that, and I think you'll have success over the long term.
I would do the exact same thing I did before.
Once somebody that's successful, ask how they did it.
That's it.
Build your social media following.
Sell them something you actually fucking use.
That's it.
Like, I actually live my process.
A process that I lived for 10 years that got me through the hardest shit.
I just packaged it up, found an app, and I make $55,000 a day off of one of my systems.
I sell $30,000 to $50,000 a day on my own for another system.
I mean, bro, if you use it and you believe in it, build a following and sell it to them.
I don't care if it's jewelry.
I don't care if it's clothes.
You like clothes?
I mean, bro, like, you got swag?
Like, build a following, make some clothes.
I mean, whatever you really like.
Like, I can't sell something That I don't use.
That's a problem.
A lot of people try to sell something that they don't use, they don't do, they don't even get behind.
So, I mean, that's it.
Build a following, sell what you do, sell what you use, sell a product or service that you stand behind.
Appreciate that.
Hell yeah, hell yeah.
And, uh, Bandman Kevo, can I get an answer from you and Myron?
Yes, sir.
Basically, what I would do is, um, get around like-minded individuals like me and figure out what I want to do as far as, like, um, What I was saying before, especially if you're gonna sell to men, Merit is everything.
You need to be really good at what you do.
Not only do you need to be good, you need to be better than most people that even have a platform so that you can even be seen.
And then once you know that you're really good at what you do, join a mastermind.
Come to these live events.
Meet them.
And if you're really good at what you do, trust me, you're going to get a shot.
And I think that's the biggest thing is that...
Because here's the thing.
If you're going to go ahead and just make like what I call retard content, which, you know, you see a lot of these like live streamers, etc.
They do stupid reaction type content, whatever.
That's just a period of time that that's going to last.
Because it's like you are at the mercy of other people creating stuff so that you can react to it.
And you're not necessarily original because you don't have a real skill set.
You're just reacting to stuff.
But my thing is if you want to truly build an audience that loves you, that rocks with you, you can do live shows, etc.
And most importantly, they respect you because you're able to bring something to the table that most guys can't.
You need to be really good at it.
Whether it's fashion, whether it's fitness, making money, finances, whatever it may be.
You're a well-dressed guy.
You will put together.
I see you with the Jordan Retro 4s, etc.
Pause.
Yeah, pause.
So for you, it might be fashion.
Or it might be another skill set that we don't know about.
But the thing is that you just need to be really good at something.
Be really good at something.
And then market that out to the world.
I'll give you real quick one more example.
So there's a guy called Brett.
In my group, right?
CEO Network.
He learned the skill of making reels, shorts, short-form content.
Came in the group, does everyone's social media.
My biggest video I ever got on Instagram, 50 million views, was from him.
And you know what he did?
He knew who he was, had the confidence, had the skill, doing the network.
Simple shit.
Check this out.
My guy right here who follows me and films me, Clinton right here, he signed on for a coaching program to learn how to sell mindset training fitness program.
He saw there was a gap for filming.
He started filming, he taught himself.
Now he makes over a million dollars in the first year editing, filming, and chopping up videos, and he's just gonna keep growing.
Now if he duplicates himself, 1 million, 2 million, 3 million, 5 million.
Because guess what?
He knows me.
And I onboard five to seven people a day that need editing.
And they go straight to him because he's loyal.
Damn.
There you go.
And he was able to do that because he was really good at what he does.
He taught himself.
He just said, fuck it.
There's a gap right here.
I'm going to take this gap.
And then he just gets it done quicker.
And everyone else beats their price and will work harder.
Skill set, mindset.
He solved the problem.
It's always the same, bro.
I got four or five editors.
They're old people that follow me.
Most of them in my coaching.
They just send me a dope shit.
And I'm like, yo, you want to work?
It's working.
It's not only for me and people see they work for me.
So now they want, you know what?
It's just like that, bro.
You just got to be really good at something and then be seen.
So how can you be seen?
Just go to a high value network, you know, get into like a community like them, you know, whatever community, you know, whatever you do, go somewhere where they can be, you can be seen.
Not like just go to like tech talk.
It's good tech talk, but you know, people are not really like the value there.
It's not really there.
Just go to a high value community to be seen by people that are going to put the money where they see the skill.
Masterminds are important.
I hope you guys realize we love this.
We love this.
We're missing making money.
We're missing out on our lives.
We're in flow state right now.
We love this shit.
If you don't love it, you're not going to be good at it.
Hell yeah, bro.
Appreciate you guys.
Thank you.
No worries, man.
Alright, so we'll hit the chats real quick and then we'll close out.
We got one last person?
We have to do chats.
One more.
One last person and then chats.
Let's do it.
Quick.
We got you, man.
Cool.
Thank you, Fresh and Fit.
Let's go!
All right.
So I was just asking you guys a casual question because you've motivated me so much because I've been watching Fresh and Fit since it started in 2020.
Because of what you've just been talking about, I'm just going to ask you guys a question and then tell you why I'm asking the question.
So with your current state of success, where you are with money, where you are sitting in your seat, are you leading your life with primarily more dating and love?
Are you Or primarily deleting your life with more business and money and accomplishments?
Fresh.
Babies.
Hey!
Go fresh!
I mean, I mean.
Hey!
Listen, man.
I'm going to say this.
I love everybody.
We know.
Alright, so you're gonna tell us why you asked the question.
Go ahead.
The reason I asked the question is because I focused on what you guys were saying, right?
This blue pill economy has been kicking my ass.
So what I did was a little bit of a combination of what dollar cost said and what Fresh said.
I was working at a cell phone store.
T-Mobile and the economy was kind of kicking my ass, but I was doing a really good job.
So I turned the customers that I cultivated into marketing customers.
So I started doing reels, social media, marketing for them and built like a little thing going on online.
And then that turned into something where I did like the Shopify and then I did like a boutique.
And I think a lot of us are in that like area where we're doing e-commerce and Shopify.
So then I started like realizing like what are the things that you guys say?
Value.
So then I started literally shaping a mentality based on watching fresh and fit every day and today I call that walking the path of value.
So what can I do in offering somebody some thing every time that I see them?
And then I kind of like compacted that into a business card.
So what I did is I kind of combined all these things that we talk about health, wealth, love, happiness and I combined it into this what I'm now calling like a dating economy and I call it matchmaker.
So what I do is I put like a subscription service together, right?
Called Matchmaker.
And what I do is like I date the girl for you or if the girl has preferences, I go and I find the guy for her.
But the point is, is that I found a way to put like a QR code to do like a Netflix subscription on a business card so I can constantly kind of be in social situations where when you're in a red pill life, you can still find a way to motivate your fellow person and offer value.
Like for example, If I knew your preferences, I could go out and find the girl that you like and maybe that's valuable offer to you to kind of like get you going in your dating life if primarily you're leading with dating, if you're in the market for dating, or if you're in business, you're in the market more for the entrepreneur life.
Interesting.
Do you like sell her off?
So we're starting with virgins for like a million on eBay.
I'm just kidding.
I'm kidding.
There's no selling.
This is like voluntary.
It's social.
We're dating.
There's a difference between bachelors and bachelorettes.
And I've developed it into, I would say in my real life, what I'm really doing is very similar to what you guys were just saying.
Some days I'm a podcast.
Some days I wake up and I live stream on OBS. Most of the time I have my iPhone on me.
I have my Sony A7C in the trunk right now.
So if I need to podcast or do a walking video or do reels, I'm constantly turning that content into captions and throwing it online.
Real quick.
Sneak peek, guys.
He just said it for me almost perfectly.
I have issues.
Finding the love of my life.
So you know what?
Let's do a new show.
Put a love of Fresh.
Find me a girl, bro.
Find me a girl.
Let's do it.
Let's do it, bro.
That's going to be a new show.
Not Chinese.
We already knew that.
We already knew that, Fresh.
I'd love to give you a business card after and we can get it going.
Let's do it, brother.
Thank you, man.
And then I think some other guys here might appreciate, you know, you finding girls for them.
There you go.
All right, let's read these chats real quick and then we'll close out the show, guys, because we are on a time limit here with the venue.
And then the yacht party right after this.
And then we've got a yacht party.
So, guys, get on over there if you're there.
Go ahead, Billsmo.
Alright, we got Sneeko that's actually in the chat.
This nigga, bro.
I know, right?
He should be here right now.
Sneeko, he has one chat that says, think about this.
And another one, Sneeko again says, W adding value and networking.
And now next, we have a $100 from Legado Blue Summer.
Don DeMarco.
Don DeMarco.
What up?
I appreciate Andrew Wilson is willing to defend his world view against anyone at any time.
As a man, you should do the same with Wes.
Next, we have Keem Chillin.
$50 says, let's go!
Keem.
Is Keem here?
Blue Juju.
Is that easier?
Okay, no.
So, Blue Juju, he says, Andrew Jim Bob, head high in the lion's den.
Fools put themselves before God, praising false idols.
Virtue brings value.
Christ is king.
NSX Spiceman says, Wes needs to humble up and stop being so sensitive.
Ah, fuck you.
Shaxx, Shaxx says, Humble's for the weak-ass motherfuckers.
Have you ever seen the definition of humble?
Low opinion of oneself.
That's what these lames who don't have anything, that's what they base everything off of.
They're not even worth it or they have it.
Shax9922 says, Watson has a great system filled with tons of gems.
Got introduced to him through CEO Network.
W Fresh and Fit for bringing all these leaders best of YouTube channel watching since 100K subs.
DG Build says WFNF. And that's it.
Boom.
All right.
Okay.
So we're going to do a meet and greet for VIP in the back.
Pictures as well.
Yep.
And one-on-one conversations.
And then we leave here sharp at 10 to the yacht party.
Yep.
As soon as possible, because it's at 11 p.m.
to 3 a.m., so we need to be on time.
But with the closing thoughts here with the guys, last thoughts on the show, and whatever you want to tell the audience before we head out of here.
Yeah, make it fast, though, so we can...
Want to follow me?
Want to follow you, like...
I think I'll find you.
Last thoughts?
Man, I appreciate everybody coming out to Fresh and Fit.
Y'all can follow me on Patreon at Patreon at BandClanUniversity.
You know what I mean?
Peace.
Yeah, I appreciate you guys.
Dominating OnlyFans too much is like, man, just come to Patreon now.
Yo, dominating that now.
I'm going to switch off to OnlyFans.
I'll be scaring people.
People are like, is he naked?
So I'm going to just do the Patreon.
Yo, but Kev's marketing is on point, though.
This nigga's a master marketing.
Zero sexual content, guys.
Zero.
Charlie?
Yeah, you guys can follow me on YouTube, Cultivate Crypto.
Also on Twitter and Instagram.
But my final words for...
Yes, on Monday we'll be doing Monday Monday with all four of us here.
So that should be really good.
But my last word, I guess, for everybody here is just make that money so you can have that time and freedom to spend how you want it.
Well said.
Just remember this, guys.
When you get out of that door, when you came to this world, God brought you perfect.
It builds everything perfect.
So remember when you were a kid.
No fear, all love, and all faith.
You could do anything.
You could do anything.
So when you get out of that door, you're gonna surround yourself with people that don't have faith, haven't done anything.
Not like these people here.
So just remember that.
You know, just stone out of that and just see these people.
Whoever you link with and just focus on that shit.
Okay, I'm Jados Fitness on Instagram.
If you want to follow me any day, you're low, just check it out.
I never miss.
Not a single fucking day, bro.
If someone tries to give you advice, And they're not in the position you want to be in, tell them to shut the fuck up, turn around, and dip.
Straight up.
And if it's me, then say it to me.
Straight up.
But anybody who tries to give you advice that you don't want to be in their position, tell them to kick rocks.
Don't listen to them.
You don't have to.
I didn't, and I'm past all these motherfuckers by far.
Straight up.
We got dollar signs and number amounts.
I need to see monetary results.
