| The natural marijuana with a THC concentration of 2, maybe 3% is different than the marijuana that we have today that has been engineered to have a THC concentration above 30%. | |
| It's no longer the same natural plant that was studied that had been used in the Americans for hundreds and hundreds, if not thousands of years. | |
| When someone can make a profit off of selling something, they may not have overtly addictive properties the way that opioids do, but still represent a harm psychologically when used the wrong way. | |
| And the legislation does not have barriers in place for educating the public or for protecting them from a future roadmap that might look like what's happening with marijuana. |
