[00:00:24]  It's no longer the same natural plant that was studied that had been used in the Americans for hundreds and hundreds, if not thousands of years.
[00:00:30]  When someone can make a profit off of selling something, they may not have overtly addictive properties the way that opioids do, but still represent a harm psychologically when used the wrong way.
[00:00:39]  And the legislation does not have barriers in place for educating the public or for protecting them from a future roadmap that might look like what's happening with marijuana.
