With controversy that's alive today, than the Tate brothers.
Andrew and Tristan Tate are under relentless fire from all angles.
In Romania, Diecod has them and its crosshairs with ongoing investigations.
But here in America, they're actually already catching heat from half the conservative movement who can't seem to decide whether to lionize or lambast them.
The mainstream media piles on with its usual smear campaigns, even I'm familiar with.
And now, as of March of 2025, Florida's own governor Ron DeSantis and its Attorney General James Uthmeyer are stepping into the ring, launching a criminal prosecution against these infamous influencers.
But what's the driving tidal wave of hate?
Are they evil?
Is it because they move with unshakable decisiveness, wield bold opinions without apology, and embody the raw traits of a strong man in a world that's increasingly uncomfortable with that image?
Now, if that's the case, what is it about them that makes them strong?
Well, if you love them or loathe them, I don't really care personally.
You cannot deny their audacity, the confidence to stare down Romanian law enforcement, shrug off the screeching headlines of the U.S. media, and still sleep like kings, waking up each day ready to seize life by the horns with no hesitation.
Over and over again, it's a resilience that's rare and it begs the question how much of that strength is tied to something as fundamental as sleep or also to testosterone levels.
Because let's just be real.
Look, you can pop supplements, hit the gym, tackle the toughest challenges, but if you're not clocking solid rest, it's all just noise.
That's why we're thrilled today to have Dr. Bruce Fong with us today as a medical director at Sierra Integrative Medical Center and Neutronics Labs.
He's here to break down the sleep crisis, its impact on men's testosterone and energy levels, and how to optimize both for peak performance.
Dr. Fong, thank you so much for joining us again.
We're very happy to have you on.
How are you doing?
dr bruce fong
Hey, I'm doing great.
And it's a pleasure to be back and always great to work and to have discussions with like-minded people who I can help educate.
You know, as a physician, it's always great when you guys know more.
That's half the battle because you're going to take care of yourselves better.
Don't want to sound selfish, but it makes my job a lot easier, right?
elijah schaffer
Yeah.
And I want to tell you guys this: you know, we're talking about something crazy and we're obviously providing solutions here.
Don't forget right now, the most important thing ever is that if you want to even cut the episode now and get off and get better sleep, and you want to boost your testosterone levels, you can do that both at neutronicslabs.com.
Make sure that you head there.
Use my promo code Elijah to get your top quality supplements.
This is like not just stuff that, you know, you pop in, your digestive tract breaks it down.
This is IGF-1, which uses like fenugreek and other key ingredients to naturally boost testosterone as you pair it with lifestyle change.
It's most important.
You can work out, but you may not undo your levels.
So make sure that you pick up a bottle of that.
You can save up to 50%, essentially buy one, get one free on auto ship.
And you can also just save 10%.
If you don't like saving more money, that's fine too.
If you don't like, and if you don't like getting your testosterone levels up, I don't care.
Don't do it.
It's only you, you know, you're not going to have sex as good as you'd like to.
You're not going to have harder boners.
You're not going to have more the audacity to strike deals and to push yourself out there.
If you don't want any of those positive qualities, I'm not making you buy this stuff.
But get a bottle of IGF-1 today.
It's what I use and my team uses at NeutronicsLabs.com.
Plus, we also have a new sleep formula, which is guaranteed to help you to get more restful and thorough sleep, as the doctor and I were talking about.
We need.
And so you can get the sleep miracle right now at the same website, NeutronicsLabs.com, promo code Elijah.
You've got to get a bottle of the new sleep formula.
But let's just jump right into this, doctor, because I need to talk to you about this.
I know you weren't familiar as much with particularly with the Tate brothers.
I can't believe you weren't because they're so famous.
But I think it's really interesting today that we are in a position to where people like the Tates are vilified.
And I find the fact that it's kind of like a catch-22.
People like the Tates are vilified because they're masculine, but because they're masculine, they don't have a clean history because masculine men oftentimes have a trail of women that they've, for lack of better word, fucked.
And, you know, sometimes in making good, risky deals and having good businesses and impacting the world for the better, sometimes they become better men by learning the hard way and doing some things they're not so proud of.
I want to ask you, why do you think high-T guys like the Tates get vilified so hard in our modern society?
dr bruce fong
Straight up, when you have better testosterone levels in your body, you're going to feel better.
As a man, we're supposed to have certain levels that maintain us, not only our physicality, but when we feel better physically, we're going to feel better mentally, emotionally.
It's going to give us the confidence to be more outspoken, to be able to really, really take charge of things, for lack of a better term, and to be able to express ourselves really without any fear of regret.
And I totally agree with you.
We have a society that has made men not really men anymore.
And we've seen things that from a mental and emotional standpoint that keeps, like you said, vilifying being masculine.
But I'm sorry, we're created to be masculine.
You know, being a Christian and studying the Bible, you know, God made man and then He made woman.
Of course, man was supposed to lead.
And it talks about this all through the scriptures about, you know, Christ is there.
He's the head of the church and he's the groom to the bride.
The bride of Christ is actually a church.
So again, there's that leadership role that's implied in all these sayings, even all the way from the Bible.
And traditionally, me being 55, soon, 56 years old, I grew up with guys who were really macho my role models.
I was like, I'd love to put a shout out to Chuck Norris, who I know personally.
He's an awesome guy and a guy that we all try to be like.
My name was given to me because of Bruce Lee.
And so these are all guys that were really macho.
These are guys who are take charge guys.
They weren't just going to sit back and say, oh, do whatever you want.
No, they're going to say, no, you know what?
This is the way it's got to be.
This is the way it's right.
And, you know, that doesn't mean being unreasonable.
You can always talk.
You can always, you know, be open to discussion, but you stand your ground where you need to stand your ground.
And certain people have that ability to put that out there.
Some of the guys put it out there really boldly, like the Tate brothers.
And, you know, honestly, yeah, I mean, maybe I don't agree with everything that they say, but I appreciate the fact that they're honest.
I hate being around people who beat around the bush and try to say one thing and then try to do something behind my back.
And guys should never be that way.
We should be really direct.
We should be saying, hey, I think this is crap.
I think that you need to take care of things.
And frankly, that's the way we need to be.
And, you know, again, helping those testosterone levels are going to be a huge part of that.
elijah schaffer
So, yeah, well, look, and I have to agree with you.
I happen to agree with you because, real fast, I wanted to point out, you know, I think what a lot of men get confused about is the idea that testosterone levels are related to, you know, coming across masculine, which look, I will say, when your testosterone levels go up, that is a downstream effect.
But sometimes you'll see a guy with, you know, big muscles.
You'll see a guy with a big beard and he's, you know, got his cool hair cut and he's, you know, calling women bitches.
And, you know, he's going around and they go, oh, that's high testosterone.
And then they see a guy like me and they're like, you know, from LA, I was drinking atrazine my entire life.
You know, I literally joke Dave Rubin.
He's a famous commentator.
No one thinks he's gay.
It's like he has something opposite.
I have the other opposite.
People go, that guy is low T.
But I want to clarify the confusion on this.
You know, some of those things about yourself, you might not be able to change, right?
You might not be able to change your voice.
You might have been raised in a culture where you have some mannerisms.
You might, you know, not, you might be a twig and maybe your inner body is never going to get as big as a as a, you know, extremely large bodybuilder like Mark Loebliner.
However, what we notice today is, you know, a lot of guys do look like guys.
A lot of guys are still masculine, but they're not really behaving like men.
You know, women are leading them in their relationships.
They're not having sex in their marriages.
They're not getting married.
They're not wanting to have kids.
And most importantly, they're not willing to stand up for themselves or for their country, right?
They're literally, I mean, Asians and white people are being discriminated against in America, in colleges and everything.
And no one wants to speak up because they're afraid of being judged.
Those are feminine traits.
And those are directly a sign of low testosterone.
From your understanding, obviously, you know, you know, I have it right here.
Obviously, you know, I've been using your products.
Guys, my levels are now over a thousand, which is actually freaking nuts.
It's actually nuts.
They got up to 800 and now they're over a thousand from proper supplementation.
And, you know, I do a few other things as well, but it's all kind of comes together and I work out, you know, pretty, pretty consistently.
But in your opinion, you know, because with all these problems men face, how much of this is biological warfare?
We'll start with testosterone.
We'll get to sleep in a moment.
How much of this is related to this chemical warfare of low-T?
dr bruce fong
Okay, I'm going to tell you, I mean, I agree with you.
There's been a open, a massive campaign about making men not want to be expressive, not being able to exert themselves.
And I agree with you.
There's characteristics that some people say that might make you, can I say this on the show?
Go ahead.
But, you know, frankly, if you're an asshole and you're still my friend, I know that you got my back.
You're still my friend.
And, you know, I deal with that personality trait.
But being afraid to express yourself, it goes back to what I grew up in San Francisco.
It was all about diversity at one point.
Now it's like almost reverse discrimination, like you were saying.
And it's insanely bad.
And, you know, the word political correctness pisses me off.
I'm going to say it straight up because, you know what, what's really correct is what we've been all, you know, our parents taught us, what, you know, how we were supposed to be raised, what who the traditional roles were.
And being told that, hey, some dude in a think tank or some people sit around a table that said, well, we have to have inclusion or diversity or whatever.
I'm not trying to bag on that, but maybe in certain cases that that was necessary.
But to say that as a catch-all, to say that men are, and by the way, the term toxic masculinity does not exist.
That was used in a context of a psychiatric study of inmates in the Georgia prison system.
And somehow the woke crowd got a hold of that and they turned around and started using it as a general.
Again, using terminology, using things that are applied to a specific situation to fit everybody is the thing that completely pisses me off.
It's, you know, that's the wrong thing to do.
Each and every one of us, biologically, gentlemen, I'm going to use that term very strongly, gentlemen, because you have a role to play in society.
You have a role to be that leader.
You have a role to be assertive.
And again, you don't have to be an asshole about it because I'm going to keep using that term since it's kind of cool I can do this on the show.
But anyway, you don't have to be an asshole about things.
But at the same time, you know where your values stand and you stand firm for your values.
And that's what we've lost.
And beyond that, by the way, people forget you were mentioning, hey, everybody talks about testosterone.
I get it.
I get all amped up.
Well, it's not just about that.
Realize, like ladies, we understand when they go through the change of menopause, when they have lower estrogen levels, there are all kinds of health problems.
Guess what, guys?
We got the same problem when we have to lack testosterone.
Not only does it keep us strong and assertive, but guess what?
It cuts down on heart disease and stroke.
It helps with our memory to maintain our neurologic function.
In particular, in the memory corner, it's everything from spatial memory, which is remembering where you are, time and place, as well as like verbal memory.
These things have all been identified and even identified in crowds of men who were low on testosterone, who were having memory problems.
They supplemented the testosterone.
Guess what?
The memory got better.
So there are physiologic functions that we're supposed to have that when we have lower T, it's going to actually be a problem.
Guess what?
Statistically, we're in trouble.
Because I mentioned Chuck Norris and these guys earlier, right?
You know, somehow they have data from the early, or excuse me, the late 80s comparing to guys in the early 2010s.
I mean, it's shocking.
It's like 30, 40% potentially less testosterone per capita from one particular population to another in men compared from one decade to another.
So obviously there's stuff out there that's biologically attacking us.
So getting back to your original question, hey, you can talk about who are any motivations.
I try to stick to the facts.
The fact is, we are living in a really toxic world.
We are living in a place where all kinds of things have gotten into our food chain, our water supply, even in the air we breathe and everything else that are interfering with the production and or more importantly, the utilization of the testosterone.
And if I can real quick, let me just explain the product.
The man's edge is the one where we're actually talking about here.
Sorry, I'm going the wrong camera angle here.
The man's edge is what you said.
They had the fenugreek, the long jack, the tribulus, but it also has stuff for nitric oxide that helps boost that to get the stuff to get your circulation better.
But realize that each one of these ingredients, which you probably can read about out there on your own, all promote increased testosterone production in your body.
But more importantly, especially the fenugreek, increases utilization of that testosterone at the receptor level.
So your body actually uses it more effectively.
And again, we need that.
Even guys who are taking testosterone, I would recommend this product because of that latter effect.
You can utilize it more effectively.
You're not going to let it just go in there and be converted to other things.
You're actually going to utilize it right away and it's going to go where it's supposed to go.
The IGF-1 that you were talking about, Elijah, that was our original flag.
That's our flagship product, our original product, which is the deer antler velvet, which long explanation short, deer antler has been used by Chinese folks, herbalists for almost 3,000 years in recorded history.
It's the thing that helps you to heal from injury, helps you to heal from illness, but also is the main driver of vitality as we got older.
And guess what?
When you analyze it in modern vernacular, a deer antler, especially when it's growing deer antler, has an entire growth matrix of all the same growth factors that we have in the body as when we have human growth hormone.
So guess what?
Some of that is also in the man's edge product.
So put all that together and you got a win-win.
And like you said, you don't want to take the stuff orally.
It's going to go in your stomach, get broken down by acid and the enzymes in the small intestine.
This stuff's delivered right under the tongue and that goes right into your bloodstream.
Like every people who have seen people with chest pain, they take nitroglycerin.
You don't swallow that.
It goes under the tongue, gets sucked up by those capillary beds.
So it goes right in the bloodstream.
So all this stuff goes right into the bloodstream.
And you're talking about up to a 98% absorption based on third-party testing of the products that we've had here.
So that's just, I think it's just a win-win.
I think every guy should be on this.
I think that it's made my workouts a whole hell of a lot better.
I'm actually wanting to work out, which is kind of scaring me because I used to do it a lot more when I was younger and then getting older and cynical medicine I've been in.
You know, I was not really motivated.
Just got out of a bad marriage.
But the whole point was I got motivated to work out.
And a lot of it has to do with this one product right here, the man's edge.
elijah schaffer
Well, it's fantastic, though.
I'm telling people, the reason why it's fantastic is because I was taking all these products.
Like, let me tell you what the benefits have been for people can see my transformation actually.
You know, it's not just hard to understand when you're like, Elijah, you're talking about masculinity.
It seems weird, but no, I'm telling you, you know, I used to have bleached blonde hair.
My whole body is like, you know, for lack of better words, I'm tattooed.
My whole body's tattooed.
Like, literally, I'm covered in them.
You know, things that I was doing to find my identity.
You know, you don't usually get tattoos when you're in a healthy mental state in life.
It's usually not the case.
You know, I had big, big, you know, spacers in my ears.
I had two different nose rings.
I had lip piercings.
Like, it was a very weird time of life.
I was really thin.
You know, I'm 210 pounds now.
I was 155, 160 at the time, you know, on drugs and whatnot.
And, you know, for lack of better words, because, you know, this is my show, but I was a little bitch.
And like, even when I look at just years ago, you know, when I got my test taken and I took it seriously, it's like people wonder, you know, how can you sit around here and people slander you and lie and try to destroy your career and sue you?
And you're like, you know, I just go, fuck you guys, you know, for, you know, like, and if you're like, oh, well, you know, that's not really Christian.
You're like, well, you know what?
I can sit around and foofu and play guitar and sing songs.
And, you know, I'm a crusader type of Christian.
Like, I want to go cut off the heads of the occupiers, hypothetically speaking, and go wage war.
You know, I'm in the battle, bro.
I'm not, I'm not trying to, I'm not trying to prove myself.
You don't see me, you know, doing whiskey lessons and whatever, but I like cigars.
I like a few things.
But you know why?
It's because I'm fighting at the biological side, which is I've gotten my test levels up.
There are more extreme ways that you could do, right?
You can get TRT or different injections.
But look, before you make that jump, before you go in, you really should try to do it naturally, which is the best way to do it.
And even if you're doing other things, you should have supplementation.
They even tell you, even if you're on TRT, they tell you to take supplementation with it, take fenugreek, do these things, because then you don't have to take as much.
You don't get side effects.
So it's like, really, whether you're doing nothing, whether you're just doing this or you're adding this to your supplementation, the man's edge is so good that I've been sending, I don't know if it was legal, but I've been sending bottles to my friends in Australia.
And I'm bringing a few bottles for my family when I'm going over there because they have really strict laws.
But it's so good.
But I wanted to switch to this because obviously they could use my promo code Elijah at neutronicslabs.com.
And the reason why we've switched, right?
Because usually we are at tboosnow.com, but we've switched right there.
Tboosnow.com is what we were doing at promo code Elijah.
You can still use that.
But the key thing is, is why we're changing the website is because we're also talking about a new thing.
It's not a new product.
We're talking about something that we haven't really talked about a lot, which is how much sleep is the main driving force really about who you are, right?
You want to be a good person.
You need good sleep.
But before we even preach, Doctor, you and I were just talking about this.
You know, tell me about your life.
I mean, sleep has, you're a doctor.
I'm sure you're not getting a lot of it, or you haven't been, right?
dr bruce fong
And I don't want to sound like a hypocrite, but hey, before I get into that, I'm going to tell you something else, Elijah.
You and I are the same kind of person when it comes to being Christians.
Yeah, we're rough on the edges, but so was Paul the Apostle, who brought all the non-Jews into the Christian realm.
You and I are a lot like the apostles John and James, who were called the sons of thunder, Boagenes, as Christ called them.
We were full of fire.
We are out there doing the right things.
And over time, we're growing in grace and knowledge.
So don't stop, brother.
You keep doing what you're going to do.
God's going to lead your way.
So I want to give a shout out to you and the Lord for that.
But let's talk about sleep.
As a physician, I tell my patients all about sleep.
I don't want to sound like the hypocrite because I can't get good sleep sometimes because my phone's right off the edge of the camera here.
But that is the thing that Primary keeps me up.
I got kids at home, things like that.
So all of us, we have all these things in our lives that keep us from getting good sleep.
And so do you guys know what the definition of good sleep, according to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, is that you basically dream.
So you have levels of sleep.
You're awake, level one, two, three, you're starting to get deep sleep.
Four, you're in the deepest sleep you can be.
And then from four, you actually do this kind of like medieval castle passage from the lowest level to just below where you're awake.
And that's where you're dreaming.
So in other words, you have to get into the deepest state of sleep to be able to dream.
So if you're actually dreaming, and you can kind of remember your dreams, you're probably not doing too bad, but you need a significant amount of that type of sleep.
Because when we get into that deep level of sleep, that's where all of our body starts to repair itself.
You know, the receptors for everything from growth factors and other things like hormones, basically the neurologic receptors, the organs that make neurotransmitters or other hormones, all those things have to reset and they can only reset when you're in that deep sleep.
The neurologic system, you guys all heard about fight or flight, right?
There's the opposite of that.
Fight or flight is known as sympathetic.
The other side, which is rest, repaired, recuperation, if you will, is known as the parasympathetic nervous system.
And you got to get have that balance.
It's clearly being Chinese.
I get to use this, the yin-yang thing.
It's about balance.
You can't be fight or flight all the time.
And guess what, guys?
Even when you pick up your phone trying to go to sleep, your brain is active.
You're going, oh, I got to process this.
I got to go faster, faster, faster, because these things are coming to me faster and faster and faster, right?
That becomes fight or flight.
You become sympathetically activated.
You don't want to do that.
So good sleep hygiene, guys, free advice, turn those freaking devices off an hour before sleep.
Go read a book.
A book won't do that to you.
And basically get into this deep sleep because when you don't, all kinds of bad things will start happening.
According to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, they've tied insulin resistant diabetes to the lack of good sleep, the increased risk of heart disease, stroke, all tied to lack of good sleep.
They even are beginning to have some evidence suggesting that our immune system being affected negatively, we have things such as an increased susceptibility of infections.
We have increased susceptibility of even cancer, for God's sakes.
Sleep is much more important than what it was.
And I'm sure all you guys have remember your mom or dad saying, you need eight hours of sleep.
Yeah, yeah, whatever, right?
And I'm going to go wait till mom and dad are sleeping.
You get up and go do what are you going to do, right?
You know, those are all those fine, fond childhood memories.
But now being a dad and being a physician in practice for 25 years, I'm going, damn, my parents are right.
It scares me how many of those things I say that about.
But sleep has got to be one of the most important things.
And again, you really, really want to get most importantly, a good quality of sleep.
elijah schaffer
So can I ask you that real fast?
Because look, because I know you're not a, you know, you're not like a sleepologist or whatever they call it, but okay, like I have a problem, right?
Where I have a, I, like most guys, have a pretty insane schedule.
Every guy in this office does.
And I'm sure they've like everyone's losing weight now.
But one thing that everyone noticed was with an insane schedule is the first thing that happens, you start to gain weight, right?
Because you start eating at weird times, you eat bad food.
And obviously you want to make sure you're, you know, you're keeping the weight down.
But on top of that, sometimes what happens is you start making decisions that do affect your sleep.
You start drinking more, right?
Sometimes you start smoking weed.
And then to counteract to go to sleep, or you take, you know, melatonin or something.
And if you take too much, then you can feel groggy, right?
So then you're messing this up.
Then if you're like me, you have a weird schedule.
So sometimes you're up till three.
Sometimes you're back home at 11.
Sometimes you're at work at eight.
Sometimes you're at work at two.
It doesn't really matter.
It's the work that's got to be done.
So what happens is you get your circadian rhythm off and it's so frustrating.
unidentified
And then not to mention that, you have a wife.
elijah schaffer
You know, you get home.
You never have time off when you have a wife.
There's always something that needs to be done.
You know, we love them, but you know, there's a lot to be done.
This is a show for men.
So, you know, I can be real here with the boys.
You know, they don't like to see you relaxing.
So, you never even get to rest when you're home.
If you're sitting down, they believe you should be doing something for them or the kids.
And then, on top of that, you have kids waking up in the middle of the night, causing problems.
You know, you got teenagers, you catch them smoking pot in their house, and you know, you got to beat the shit out of them or whatever it is.
Look, there's so much going on that, like, I find even last night when I'm able to get to bed at like 12:40, I finally fell asleep.
I wake up at like 6:15, wide awake, but yet feeling exhausted and going, I need more sleep.
Go back to bed, wake up, feel horrible.
I'm like, I don't know how to get restful sleep, man.
I'm like, there's something wrong with me.
I don't know what to do.
How does this recommend?
And how does this help get more restful sleep?
Because a lot of people say they can, and I haven't had a lot of luck with it.
I don't like, you know, I'm not going to jet my audience here.
How does this actually help?
dr bruce fong
So, number one, you start talking about it, and I started mentioning like what we call sleep hygiene.
Get away from the devices, don't get on the computer, don't watch TV, try to get back to something like a printed book for whatever reason, especially with the modern LED TVs and all that kind of stuff.
You're actually getting, you know, certain frequencies from the projection of that light that they're going to stimulate you.
And same thing with the little, I'm pointing at my iPhone off the screen here, iPads or whatever.
Those are all stimulatory.
So, you want to stay away from those for at least an hour.
In a similar vein, everybody, and I say this to physicians to avoid burnout, I teach this to students and residents.
You know, it's something that they don't teach in medical school, but you need to take a mental vacation from all your bullshit from every single day.
And again, let's face it, guys, we're literally shoveling the bullshit all day long because we have to deal with this guy at work or somebody who's too demanding here.
Or I've got things with the kids, or you know, in home life, or whatever.
There's a lot of stuff that gets thrown into the mix.
And a lot of us have learned how to, you know, manage our time.
So we're really good with that, but there's never going to be a perfect situation with any of this stuff.
So, you got to take a little mental vacation from yourself every day.
And that could be go work out, don't think about stuff.
And that's the hardest part.
Get this out of the equation.
Take it out.
Let it rest.
Let it calm down.
Because when you don't, when you're triggering that fight or flight response because you're worried about something or you're stressed about something, you're going to increase secretions of things like cortisol, which is meant to deal with stress, but it's actually something that's actually stimulating you.
And you're doing it at night.
Guess what?
You're not sleeping well, guys.
So those are kind of things that we want to think about.
We also want to think about, you know, again, in context of everything else, learn some level of stress abatement.
Just like I said, working out, do whatever.
Just take some time for yourself.
That's a critical part.
Don't forget.
You know what?
We just talked about being assertive.
Be assertive.
Say, I need some time for myself every day, whether it's working out or it's something fun you like to do.
I don't care if you're out there.
Well, don't play the violent video games right for bed.
I don't want to sound like a hypocrite, but you're going to need to do that.
Do that earlier.
But do something for yourself.
Let that stress go because the stress is the number one thing that's keep you from sleeping.
Elijah, you mentioned about circadian rhythms.
When you're all over the place, you're not going to have that.
Guess what?
Your sleep isn't the main things affected.
It's what you said, Elijah.
You're programmed to wake up at a certain time and you've programmed your body to do that.
Guess what?
You're going to do it regardless of when you went to sleep.
It's really hard to break that.
And again, these are all things that we want to drive.
And so a lot of times I'm the last person that you would ever hear saying this, but in the society we're living in, the life we're living right now, we need a little help to get into sleep and get into that deep sleep.
So that's where we want to talk about this product we have from Neutronics Labs called the Sleep Miracle.
And Sleep Miracle is basically all these things you've probably heard of before, things like Valeriana, hops, chamomile, you know, basically, and it actually even has melatonin in it.
And it is, again, in a liposomal delivery system that goes under the tongue.
These are very pure ingredients.
They get in there and they will promote that sleep because of that combination and it's going into the bloodstream directly.
We can take something that's well studied, well, very natural, few side effects.
And obviously, we've got to be a little careful of melatonin since it's a hormone.
But as long as you don't exceed the dosing that's recommended with this product, you should be just fine.
And you have all those things that help to balance your system out, to help you to relax, to get to sleep, and even more importantly, to get into that deep, better quality sleep and to be able to get hopefully more quantity of that more quality sleep.
And by the way, just as a medical disclaimer, because as a physician, I need to tell you this.
If you have problems beyond that, if you think you're having sleep apnea, quick signs on that.
You or somebody else is telling you you're snoring more.
You are stopping breathing when you're sleeping at night and you're waking up during the daytime, you're getting excessive sleepiness.
And you've recently gained weight, for instance.
Those are all signs of obstructive sleep apnea, which is one of the most common form.
There are other sleep apnea.
These things need medical evaluation.
So if you have anything like that, or you've tried the product out and you're not getting help from that, then go see somebody because, again, that's friendly medical advice.
You need to be checked out.
There are other things that could be affecting you.
But for the rest of us, the majority of us don't have those things.
I think this is probably the best thing in the world because it's all natural.
It has no hangover effects.
There's no typical side effects.
And guess what?
It's something that's not habit forming either.
So I think it's all the window.

Again, NeutronicsLabs.com, promo code Elijah.
That's very important that you go there and grab that.
Grab a bottle, grab it for your friends.
I've been buying it for my friends only because they can't buy it themselves.
Apparently, in Australia, they're having trouble buying it, but I've been able to ship it to them.
And my crew uses it.
My assistant producer uses it, and it's great.
And you don't have to buy all these pills because pills can also upset your stomach too if you take too many of them.
So it's nice to have that support.
And it's been working for me.
And I want to see you guys be successful.
So get better rest.
Get your T levels up as well at NeutronicsLabs.com.
You can save up to 50% with AutoShip.
It's kind of like a buy one, get one free.
But it's really important that you do that.
Anyway, I'm Elijah Schaefer.
Thank you so much again for watching.
Dr. Fong, if people want to connect with you and follow your journey, is there other than your website, are you on social media?
Is there any way that they can support your stuff?
dr bruce fong
Right now, I've got primarily our website, which is www.seer integrative.
That's S-I-E-R-R-A-I-N-T-E-G-R-A-T-I-V.com.
Otherwise, give us a call at the office at 775-828-5388.
But I promise you, I've got people in my life now that want to put me out more on social media.
So I guess there's going to be more of me somewhere.
And I'll let you guys know there.
But I want to help anybody who wants to get help.
And I'm here to listen to you.
elijah schaffer
Doctor, thank you so much again for coming on.
I really appreciate you.
You are amazing and a great resource of information.
To the rest of you guys watching here at Slightly Offensive, again, we're not just bringing you products.
We're not just bringing you information.
We're bringing you both to actually help you to get ahead.
And my personal advice is get your freaking T levels up.
Okay.
Honestly, if you're not getting boners in the morning, look, I'm not promoting porn use, right?
Or even promoting you promiscuity.
But I would say this: don't be promiscuous.
But if you don't have the urge to be, something's wrong with you.
And I mean this genuinely.
Like, people are like, oh, well, you know, I'm just a good Catholic or good Christian, so I don't want to have sex with other women.
Ah, I think you have low T levels.
You might just be an incel.
So if you don't have high T levels and you're not, you know, wanting women and reproducing, you've got something wrong in your hormones.
And there's no shame in that.
But you should go correct that.
And also with sleep too, I'm not a hypocrite because I haven't used this product yet, but I will start using it.
I'll check in with you next time we talk with Dr. Fong how it worked for me.
Make sure that you get the sleep miracle because I've heard, I know someone who has, and they said it works like a miracle.
So I would check it out at neutronicslabs.com, promo code Elijah for 10% off.
Plus, you can also increase your discount 50% on auto ship.
Make sure that you check that out now.
Neutronicslabs.com, promo code Elijah.
It's vital that you grab yourself a bottle of both.
It makes a good gift as well.
Women, you don't know what to get your man, and you want to give a subtle hint that they need to move up in their T levels.
Go buy them this and tell them to start supplementing.
Have a great rest of the week.
As always, we'll see you next time.
And may God bless the United States of America.
