You know, the interesting thing about black people is when you talk about them, people automatically assume you're a racist by saying the phrase black people.
So then you change it to saying blacks and they say, well, that's not appropriate.
Then you say the blacks to make it specific.
Then they say you got to capitalize the D. When I call out a lot of other groups, white women are out of control.
We know that.
I don't get accused of xenophobia against whites.
When I talk about Muslims being insane, nobody says I'm Islamophobic.
The only other time that I get told that I'm crazy is when I talk about the banking cartel, also known as the Benjamins.
They get a little sensitive too.
But you know what?
Some black people, not all, but most, but some are still very, very amazing people.
Some white people too, as well, are still good.
In fact, all of humanity has been insane.
And it has absolutely broken down in the midst of this.
We're going to be talking about black society, black culture, black crime, and some important videos and to talk about this and find out this episode is, am I actually a racist or am I just awake and noticing things?
Talking about somebody who I would say probably has just as many haters as I do for different reasons, but is smarter than me and definitely funnier.

We're going to get into the nitty-gritty.
I don't know if this video is going to get taken down.
So let's talk about it.
My guest today is Tommy Sotomayor.
I want to let him introduce himself to you guys.

Tell people who you are, why you're legendary, why you've been censored, and give us the breakdown, my friend.
Well, first off, my name is Tommy Sotomayor, as you said.
And let me tell you something.
I was censored for doing one thing that a lot of people have realized you can't do.
There's a few sacred cows in the United States, and you cannot attack them.
And by attack them, that means tell the truth about them.
And what I talked about was after years of studying and, you know, being black, and I'm pretty black.
So therefore, I thought I had a good understanding of what was wrong in the black community.
I made a movie by the name of A Fatherless America.

It's a wonderful movie.
And what I found out in my travels, I said, there's a lot going on in the black community.
There's a lot of dysfunction, but where does it start?
I'm one of those people that try to be a little bit analytical about something and try to find out where's patient X.
And I found out that a lot of the problems in the black community stem from one place, single mother households.
And then I extrapolated that out and looked at it and saw it and saw it and saw how the kids were being neglected, saw how the kids were being abused, saw how the women were being selfish.
And I said, well, who's funding that?
And then I noticed, I said, it's white people funding it.
And then I went a little bit deeper than that.
And I said, well, what kind of white people?
Because I found out that white people were different.
And these white people wore little hats and they were paying them.
And I thought, wow, that is amazing that they're being paid to neglect their households.
And therefore, their households are crumbling.
And as I spoke about that, those two groups of people got together because one group is the right hand of white supremacy, as I call them, and they wanted to shut that down.
There is no room for the truth in today's internet society, which is why you have internet companies like YouTube, like Twitter, like Instagram, and like TikTok, who give the people who are watching the a-holes who have nothing to do better with their life than to find something that bothers them.
And instead of turning away from it and watching something that they like, they get to flag it.
So you gave them powers.
Now, I know about the rainbow crew, but anybody out there should tell you like I believe, I hate flaggets.
Flaggots are people that go around and just flag everything that bothers them.
As a matter of fact, they get up on the internet every day looking for something that offends them.
They don't go looking for something that they like.
Oh, no.
They want to be internet warriors and they want to be social justice warriors and say that they took down somebody that offended them.
Instead of they said something that made themselves feel good.
That's America and that's the America I'm fighting against.
If you're just an individual who hates free speech, one of the pillars of America, one of the things that especially black people claimed that their voices were being shut down and were being suppressed.
And this is the main group that's going around looking for things that are bothering them.
And then look at the gays.
They're another group who felt like they were suppressed, that they couldn't be themselves.
And yet, what do they do?
Be offended at everyone else for not liking who they are or not wanting to be what they are or don't want their kids to be what they are.
Well, that should be freedom of expression.
So if gays believe that the way they go around acting is their freedom of expression, then other people should be free to express things as well, especially either I don't like it.

And as we're talking about the blacks tonight and black people, I'm going to begin by asking Tommy, Tommy, how should one refer to this community?
Because it feels kind of like the Jews.
When you call someone a Zionist, they get mad at you.
Well, they have Zionist in their bio.
You know, they're like, don't fucking, you know, be racist, you anti-Semite.
And you go, I just said I don't trust Zionists.
And they're like, that's racist.
And you go, well, it says you're a Zionist.
You've got an Israeli flag in your bio.
What should I call you then?
I feel that way.
And I mean this authentically with the black community, no matter what I say or how I reference them, somebody prominent is saying it's a racist or discriminatory way.
And I don't even care about racism.
I don't, it's irrelevant to me.
But if someone wanted to address this for the rest of the show, what is the appropriate way to address this community?
And is it even racist to address them as a community?
Oh, well, because if you did, you'd probably get fucked.
And that's what it is when you're talking about blacks and what you call them.
You don't call them blacks because then they say they're African-American.
Can't call them African-Americans because, well, they say you can't call them.
They were Negroes at one point.
Then they said you can't call them Negroes, which is odd because the United Negro College Funds still exist and the NAACP still exists.
And I think that means, what is that?
Niggas, crocodiles, alligators, apes, coons, and possums.
I think that's what it means.
I'm not really sure.
But if you think about it, it's just this game of hopscotch with dicks while you're naked.
And you're going to get fucked because anything you say, it can and will be used against you.
So I think you should, I mean, remember, they don't want you to call them savages.
Yet what do all rappers call themselves?
Savages.
They don't want you to call them the N-word, but yet all rappers call themselves the N-word.
You don't want them to call them a lot of things, but yet they call each other those same things.
We can't call blacks coons, but what do blacks call other blacks that they don't like?
Coons.
Strange to me, it seems like they just want to play this game of hopscotch with their penis out and they waiting on you to come join them so they can fuck you.
I haven't been set up since I stopped working with females, but I genuinely want to say that it is interesting.
So I want to go into the positive aspect of this, okay?
Because we obviously could look at crime videos and we will.
But I want to look at an interesting aspect of the black community, starting with my own, starting with the right wing, the free speech, the conservative community.
And again, we will get to the women.
The women, the Jews, and all that stuff is going to be on Rumble only because YouTube doesn't like that because the world is definitely not run by women and Jews.
Okay.
So let's talk about Black identity and the relevance that it has to a black person's social worth.
A woman's sexual agency is pretty much her entire worth in terms of society, and they don't like that.
You know, there's a reason why intellectuals intentionally, like professors, try to dress down and look ugly.
It's because they know as women that they don't want to be seen as getting a position because they're a female.
They want to look ugly because they don't want their looks to be attributed to their intellect, which unironically is still your sexual agency.
You're not trying to look sexually attractive.
You're trying intentionally to look sexually unattractive so that people don't attribute your sexual agency to your success.
You're still stuck in this zeitgeist and it's inescapable for the female species of humanity that this is part of who you are and what brings you value.
And you definitely don't see women on the internet trying to escape that.
And the ones that embrace it, regardless of how retarded they may be, seem to do pretty well.
And I'm not even knocking them for it.
Work with what you got.
Black people seem very similar.
If you can bring up my screen here, I want to talk about the positive side of this.
CJ Pearson, I'll just read his little bio from here then.
He's America first conservative running to be Georgia's next state representative.
He also, as my understanding, is a Prager University influencer.
And that's what he is.
Now, Prager University is the only organization I know where the diversity hires are white.
Although, but as only he's like their one white representative, they have Jews and blacks and women.
And they have one straight white guy on the staff there.
And so they have, it's a Jewish organization and they like, you know, they put a white guy out there to prove they're not into that stuff.
But anyway, CJ Pearson is a huge representative.
He's on the right.
He's a big name.
And he said, I couldn't care less about race, but in 14 days, the youngest black legislator in America will be a MAGA Republican.
The Democrat Party destroyed the Black community.
Now it's time for the Black community to destroy the Democrat Party.

They have an association here.
C.J. Pearson hopes to make history by becoming the youngest black legislator in the country.
The 21-year-old Republican is running in a Georgia State House race on February 13th.
So we have a post here from a right-wing person.
He's an upstanding gentleman.
He's not, he's not where he is because he's black.
He claims, he even claims here, I couldn't care less about race, but he then mentions black several times: black, black, black, Democrat, Democrat, Democrat.
Is the black skin, is black skin an inescapable part of a black person's experience in the West, whether they claim to care about it or not, are on the right or the left, are in celebrity or not?
Can a black person escape their identity of black skin?
And or is that really truly the number one identifying factor?
No, but I actually, the reason why I don't find it weird is, and I'm, and I want to kind of, everything I say has a little bit of, you know, you know, humor, but it's also truth.
Is I do talk about the stuff on other shows is that like, I understand.
Like, I'm from LA.
I really think there's something in the water.
I'm born and raised in LA in the Hollywood area.
This is my life.
And I'm just camp and I have a fag voice.
That's fine.
And I have no problem with that.
But like, there's no escaping that, right?
At all.
So, so I understand.
And you just learn to live with it and you learn to laugh at it.
But there is a lot of people who are really insecure, right?
Like a good example would be short, really short men.
They get reminded they're short, short.
So they try to get buff and act cool and macho and they're really aggressive and violent.
And it's like, okay, pip squeak, right?
I'm mobbed.
I'm fucking big.
I'm 200 pounds, you know, nearly 6'3, you know, dude.
I'm fucking, I'm jacked.
I go to the gym.

Like it doesn't, a lot of things are, are, are deceptive.
So I mean, with black people, it's the same thing, right?
Like, there's no escaping it, but also you are a twat if you assume because someone's black and because the stereotypes are based on statistics and because you're experienced, therefore, all black people are what you think they are.
And I know that's not true, which is why I feel led to talk about these things because it does not actually matter.
It does not actually matter the sensitivities.
It matters what's the truth.
So I want to talk to you about, that's why with CJ, when CJ comes out in the right, says, look, we're going to try to be colorblind.

Well, judgment's a part of, um, let's just say evolution.
You're smart, and I'll give you an example.
I don't know much about snakes, I don't mess with them.
Some are venomous, some of them are the constrictors.
I can't look at a snake and tell the difference between each.
So, I treat them all as I step back and I don't want to get too close to them.
Does that make me snake a phobe?
Maybe, or does that make me, hey, I want to preserve and protect myself from what I know or what I've heard?
We do the same thing with uh, if I went in your house and I colored, let's say you had an electric um eye on your stove.
If I colored it red and you didn't see it, you wouldn't touch it because you might think it's hot, even though it's just paint.
But you're doing that to preserve yourself.
When you listen to a lot of these people, especially him, and to me, the biggest one is like gays.
What really bothers me is gays.
I heard someone say, Um, we need diversity in politics, we need a gay guy to be a politician.
I kept thinking, so pole smoking and cruising the Hershey Highway has something to do with his politics and him trying to balance the budget.
I don't understand that, and diversity is the dumbest thing in the world because we start telling people we need this.
So, when you have these people who believe they're victims of their identity, they also know potentially their identity is garnering them flowers, is garnering them candy, is garnering them gifts.
So, I have to say, I'm gay or I'm black because I know that you need to put one in your group.
You can't address me the way that you would normally address me.
If you're white, Christian, and heterosexual, I can call you all kinds of names and never get in trouble.
If you identify as some part of black, if you identify as some part of gay, I have to be careful how I address you even in a debate.
So, what you've done is hamstrung me or put one hand behind my back.
And the person is going to use those things just like how a woman will claim she's strong and then become a victim when the police come around.
Yeah, I think I want to bring up three things on what you said and we'll touch base on them.
But one of the most important parts about this identity issue is going to be brought up in sort of why I think it's sort of ironic the way that black people are, because black is super important to their identity until it's literally the reason why they're complaining.
It's like, hey, the issue that you have here is because of the way that black people are.
And then they get mad at you and call you a racist.
Here's an example.
So there is an individual.
I believe this is, let me bring this up.
Give me one second here.
There is an individual named Corey Bush.
Very unfortunate last name in some ways, but hey, we've all got one unless you shave.
So Corey Bush is here.
And I have a special opinion on fat black women.
And I've always said we will literally understand the psyche, the entire totality of the female mind before we will understand the undeserved confidence of fat black women.
Okay.
And that's just the truth.
Women will make sense before we know why fat black women have confidence.
I do not know.
But we got a fat black woman here.
And she says intimate partner violence can be deadly.
Every single person deserves safety and peace in their relationship.
As if like the safety and peace in relationships is like a government funded like food stamp.
It's not just like the character of people.

I think that's domestic violence and intimate partner violence, which I don't know what the fuck that is.
That's like an STD or something.

And we're going to answer that question as to what in the world could be putting black women at more risk of violence than white women.
It's really shocking to me.

Now, let's talk about this black women and this, what is causing them to be harmed.
Well, first off, it's the mates that they pick.
That should be the first thing that you do.
Now, people want to talk about who's dating black women.
Well, it's called black men.
So apparently, black men might be a bit violent.
And maybe that they're raised in houses where violence is the norm of how to deal with it.
Second, black women, as you stated, seem to force violence, want violence.
You can see video after video after video of them approaching people, wanting to fight them, trying to cause fights.
So if you have an individual who loves to tout that they're strong, which is funny because you rarely see them in the gym, but that's another thing.
They claim that they're strong.
They have a bad attitude.
They argue with everything.
They call you a name.
And if you've been a black man, like I have been for at least three weeks, if you're a black man, what ends up happening is you realize if you say or do something they don't like, they will challenge your manhood constantly.
No one is more homophobic, which is a silly word, than black women.
Every time they get mad at a black man, the first words they call him is a yag.
That's right.
They will call him a yag all day long.
They will challenge your sexuality and then go get their hair done by a gay guy.
It's hilarious how it works, but they're challenging the man constantly.
They'll get pregnant by a dude they barely know, chase him down for child support.
They'll sleep with a bunch of people and then wonder why that guy will get upset that they're doing it as they cheat on him.
They'll sit there and they'll throw water in his face, fight him, slap him in public, call him names.
There's all kinds of stories that you've seen of these women doing this.
But the biggest one that they don't want to talk about is that the majority of the violent men are raised in the households with them.
So if you see your black mother with no father being feral, being unruly, fighting the cops, fighting and stealing at stores, see, the little boy sees that and he thinks that's a normal thing to do, especially when he watches his mother, when she finally gets caught, yell that the people who caught her are racist.
So the boy then learns how to handle things like that.
Difference is, he's a male, he's strong, he has testosterone.
So when he's disappointed by whatever's going on in the relationship that he's with, guess how he responds?

So I was there and there was a bunch of other women there.

If you're a light-skinned girl, especially if you're light-skinned, say Puerto Rican or something, the smart thing for you to do, if you want to be treated like a queen, just say you're black, hang out with black folks.
They'll treat you like you're the best thing in the world.
She had a friend like that.
The friend and I were getting along.
This girl was trying to get along with me.
It didn't work out.
When we got back on the show, the next time I didn't know, unbeknownst to me, she was upset that I had hit it off with her friend, but not her.
As we were at the show, there was yet another woman.
I call them half-breeds.
Her mother is white.
Her father is black.
She was on the show sitting beside me and she was smiling at me and loving everything I was saying, thinking I was the greatest guy in the world.
And she told me she wanted to work with me.
Well, we all know what that means.
Well, the dark-skinned girl got upset and she heard that.
And so she felt in her mind, this was the second time she had been turned down by me in order for a light-skinned girl.
So at the end of the show, she decided that she wanted to let the world know that she came to my house.
Was weird, but as she started talking, I said, What is your issue?
You don't like black women, and I was like, Uh, no, I don't like you.
And you find out that a lot of times, when you don't hire one of these black women, what do they say?
You don't like black people, you're racist.
When you try to arrest one of them, even though they're stealing, they will say that the only reason you look through my bag was because I'm black.
Didn't matter that they actually got caught stealing.
I actually saw a black woman who got caught speeding and said, You didn't pull over none of them, white people, you just blew me over because I was black.
They never argued that what they did was wrong, and that's what happened with her.
She wanted the whole world to know that she had been to my house, and then she tried to change it and say that I wanted to sleep with her, and it didn't work out.
And yet, when we were at that, when we were sitting there at Fresh and Fit, she begged them to let her sit beside me.
Before the show, you see videos of her trying to take photos and videos with me on their balcony.
She had got a little alcohol in her, and well, it brought out the it brought out the chimp, and she started flinging feces all over the place.

And the one in the dress was really meek and mild and like, oh, thank you.
And I'll order this and whatever.
And, you know, my baby started coughing.
And I remember covering his mouth to make sure he didn't cough on the girl in the dress.
And I walked, he started like complaining or crying.
And I moved away not to disturb her.
Why?
Because I looked at her and I could tell she respected herself, right?

And I didn't even speak to her.

They deserve different treatment.
They deserve a different legal system.
They deserve different expectations because they cannot follow the law.

The bill is aimed at reducing the racial bias in traffic stops.
According to its sponsor, Representative Slaughter is also the one behind a bill that eliminated the cash bell in Illinois.

The bill would heavily cut back on what police could pull drivers over for.
If passed, this bill would not allow police to pull people over for expired registration stickers, broken headlights or taillights, failure to wear a seatbelt, certain speeding violations, and broken mirrors or excessive tints on windows.
Other county sheriffs also expressed concern about the bill because of how it can affect police's ability to intervene before fatal accidents.
There are certain vehicle code things that are contributors to accidents, or contributors to reckless behavior, speeding, improper lane usage, or two of those things.
The bill's sponsor, Representative Justin Slaughter, says the bill was meant to start a conversation to see if the state could reduce the number of offenses you can be pulled over for.
The lawmakers behind these kinds of pushes are concerned these traffic stops are being used as a reason to stop and search cars for other evidence of more serious crimes.
In a statement, Slaughter said, For decades, Illinois has wrestled with the challenge of racial bias and traffic stops and the disparate outcomes that are too often the result.
Because when you tell a group of people that we are sorry for you, eventually you got to stop.
I wear a shirt that says guiltless.
White people should stop being guilty and apologizing for slavery that they had nothing to do with.
I am not apologizing for what my dad did.
I'm not apologizing for what my granddad did.
And then when you look at the actual numbers of whites that actually own slaves, it really makes no sense that slavery has been attributed to the majority of whites when the minority of whites own slaves, a very small minority.
And if you think about it that way, blacks say they don't want to be judged by what has happened with other blacks, and yet whites are judged by what happened with whites that they never met.
So therefore, when you have given a group of people that pass, it is the equivalent of having a petulant child, a petulant child who you allow to feel like they have no repercussions for what they do.
Then they're going to continue to do it.
And if you have a class or group of children like that, then they're going to continue to not only do it, but perpetuate it to others.
And that's exactly what's going on with blacks.
They're literally being told, you don't know any better, you can't do any better, and we forgive you for being stupid.
So you're going to create more stupid people.

Why do you think there are so many people who identify as some form of LGBTQ today than they did 10 years ago?

In the United States, blacks say that they're treated so bad by whites that eight out of 10 murders in Chicago are committed by other blacks and go unsolved because blacks don't believe in telling on other blacks.

And don't get me into talking about how black women love being black so much that they call themselves Asian Doll, Black China, Tokyo Tony, and every name other than Umbakwe Eugene or Ellen.
They don't do that.
So they claim to love blacks, but they never claim black.
Now, mind you, if a black woman were to end up in a crime and they found a hair at the scene, you know what that hair would lead to?
An Asian woman in a temple in India.
It wouldn't lead to her because she constantly is wearing somebody else's hair in her head.
But if a white woman gets braids, they will say she's cultural appropriating.
When you have the ability to be able to do and say stupid shit like that, and you come from a group of people who are by genetics more aggressive because we have more testosterone.
Now, there was a Princeton, I think.
There was a Princeton, I think that was a Princeton, it was at Yale.
But he came out and talked about the reason that black women were a bit where they were was because they had higher testosterone.

Jimmy the Greek said the reason that blacks are better athletes in the United States was because they were bred.
They fired that man.
Both of those men were correct.
Blacks in America are better at basketball, football, baseball, and everything else than blacks from the motherland.

The violence that you see amongst blacks from country to country to country to country, from city in the United States to country to country to country.
Do you do understand that the safest cities in America are the whitest cities in America?
The roughest cities in America are the blackest cities in America.
But there are nuances to that.
See, what people won't tell you is that the roughest neighborhoods in America are 80% single mother households.
So there's no man there because at least men, like in the Lion King, understand that if enough men get together and enough testosterone starts flying, someone starts dying.
So these neighborhoods are full of women and misguided children.
And that's why you have so much violence.
When you get a father in the household, it changes.
Is there an inherent violence in a lot of blacks?

And I looked it up and I said, that's weird.
Seattle doesn't seem like such an anti-gay city.
In fact, I don't even know if you're allowed to not be gay if you live in Seattle.
I thought it was illegal to be straight there.
And in Seattle, it was because people were fucking each other on the dance floor and like fucking each other in the balconies out front and in the smoking lounge and fucking everything, blow jobs and shit.
And apparently there were minors attending and all this shit going on.
And so they actually got rated for public lewdness because everybody was fucking and sucking each other.
And so it had nothing to do with being anti-gay.
It just had to do with being a decent person.
And so it is strange to me that in the case of diversity, it's like, well, we already know how gay people behave.
We already know how men act.
We know how women are.

Can we at least be honest with ourselves?

Well, the black man had his head outside of the window and he looked back at the white man and said, Who the fuck you calling up?
My grandmother said he lost his head.
But what he should have done is pulled his head back in the window and he could have beat the white man up, cussed him out, did whatever he wanted.
But what the white man said, no matter how cruel he thought it was, it was 100% accurate.
And that's the society I'd rather live in.
That no matter how you said it to me, because I tell people you can call me all kinds of Uncle Toms and whatever, but you know what people don't call me?

You won't find anyone that will debate me, Elijah.
You won't find any of the people who have a problem with me to come on my show and show you where I lied or what I said wasn't factually correct or logically correct.
And that's what we have: a society of people who can call you names and shun you and shut you out, block you, flag you, and make sure you don't have a voice.
So what we're going to do is end up being a whole boat full of people who are playing music instead of getting into the life rafts because we want to calm everybody down as the Titanic sinks.
That is America.

So I've always said, you know, you got to, it's a market.
Let's create something in the middle where we have a variety of people.

Let's just have a conversation about the news and like different perspectives.
Because like today, it's like, we're not me and Tommy debating about blacks.
It's like, no, how about we just talk about it and come with our own perspective, our own background, and just let it fly.

But I really had that idea and it worked really well.
It had a good showing.

They're out there and they're genuinely just doing good work.

And I, and I can, I can respect living in a world with people who think and live differently, but don't create, use that identity to create more problems for me or my society.
And so I would say, even if anything that people say about me is true, that best part about it is I don't make it about my identity.

And you can, uh, you can answer yourself what you think that means.
But I have no problem with that because I don't, I don't, uh, I, people will ask me, why do you have women on the show?
