Our top story today, coming from Jim Hoff, discusses the ongoing revolt from Texas Governor Greg Abbott against Joe Biden, who, under Supreme Court initiative, have ordered the removal of barricades that were blocking illegal migrants, illegal immigrants, from entering into the country.
Let's get into it.
In a significant escalation of tension over the U.S.-Mexico border policies, several Republican governors are uniting in support of Texas Governor Greg Abbott's challenge against the Biden regime.
This move comes in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision allowing the removal of razor wire installed by Texas at the border.
Governor Abbott deployed approximately 30 miles of razor wire near Eagle Pass, Texas as a barrier against illegal immigration.
However, this move was challenged in court, leading to a complex legal battle.
Despite setbacks in lower courts, the state's efforts were momentarily buoyed by a decision from the Fifth Circuit of Court of Appeals, which was overturned by the Supreme Court in a 5-4 vote.
Conservative Justice Roberts and Amy Comey Barrett, Trump appointees, sided with the liberals and granted the Biden regime's emergency request.
This is the ninth time that the Supreme Court has sided with the Biden regime out of 14 emergency applications.
Despite the Supreme Court's decision, Texas officials, including Governor Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton, have expressed their intent to continue measures to reinforce the border.
Texas National Guard members began installing more razor wire in Eagle Pass, saying the Supreme Court's temporary order allows Biden to continue his illegal effort to aid the foreign invasion of America.
Attorney General Ken Paxton said, the destruction of Texas's border barriers will not help enforce the law or keep American citizens safe.
This fight is not over, and I look forward to defending our state's sovereignty.
Governor Abbott, in a fiery statement, will ambassador Joe Biden for failing to enforce immigration laws and thereby for violating his oath of office.
He then declared an invasion under Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, asserting Texas's right to self-defense.
The Texas response has drawn backing from several of the Republican-led states, fueling a growing standoff between state and federal authorities.
Governors from red states have publicly declared their support for Texas's right to self-defense against the lawless Biden regime.
Florida's Governor Ron DeSantis expressed his stance, emphasizing constitutional principles and pledging ongoing assistance to Texas.
South Dakota Governor Christy Noam also praised Texas's actions and criticized the Biden regime for creating a national security crisis.
Now, the reason why this is such a mouthful is the fact that Texas is in a very sticky predicament.
The federal government has abdicated its own position of defending the U.S. national border and has begun implementing what I consider an anti-democratic or anti-Republican Republic stance.
Now, of course, the Biden administration and the Supreme Court, through a federalized decision, said that states cannot protect their own sovereignty from foreign invasion.
This is not only a complete reversal of any duty, this is a complete abandonment of moral obligation.
But Texas is being forced into a difficult position.
Now, the Biden administration has given Texas a hard stance until January 26th on Friday.

So it is Friday here, but it is Thursday in the United States.
Now, as this video continues to come out and the morning begins, we'll see what Biden does.
But Biden gave a warning.

This is continually pressing the question as to whether or not the states should secede.
But this is an unlawful.
An unlawful abandonment of border towns and they can't keep bussing their immigrants illegal immigrants around the country.
This is not a solution.
That's a reminder that there is desperation in states, as the country is tired of illegal immigration.
Unless you were sleeping under a rock, you would know that president Trump has won New Hampshire Republican primary.
Christina Lilaw reports a breaking update.
The AP called the New Hampshire primary for president Trump.
This goes as he also won the Iowa caucus and continues to move into other states, pointing the direction that Trump will be the nominee for the Republican Party.
Now this is no surprise to me, but it was just recently that the influencer class, including those from major outlets such as Blaze TV, the Daily WIRE and FOX NEWS, were all rallying around Ron Desantis in what seems to be a failed campaign for support.
Now, while many of you may be Desantis supporters, may even like Nikki Haley, the truth is is that the people and the base want Donald Trump.
There's no objection to this, and people can either get on board with this or continue to get in the way.
Now the establishment is trying to push and prop up Nikki Haley.
She gave a veiled threat today, saying, you underestimated me, and the problem with that is is that it sounds like somebody who's mad that they're failing, but it's true.
Whether it comes to covet the vaccines, the masks or even the rigging of the 2020 election, we really should not be underestimating these people's abilities to completely screw up the country, undermine our trust and safety and institutions in the government and continue to erode away the fabric of our society.
Now i'm getting tired of this.
I'm getting sick and tired of watching people go after their own vision and ideas rather than getting together, and it's about time like the states are backing behind Abbott, that we back behind Abbot and Abbot and the governors back behind Trump, and we take this damn country back from the people who are trying to take it from us every day.
Now that's just a reminder.
Update on our last video two weeks or last week uh, that Michelle Obama's secret plan to replace Joe Biden emerged.
Colin Leinbarger reported that the Gateway Punts, Christian Taylor, shared an explosive story last week that Barack and Michelle Obama are angling to replace decrepit, unpopular Joe Biden with the younger and more popular Michelle as the Democrats presidential nominee.
Now, Michelle has reportedly already surveyed major Democrat donors about her potential candidacy and, in 2022, allegedly told a gathering of ceos in New York City that she was running.
Now the NEW YORK POST, Cindy Adams, reveals that a secret plan has emerged to throw Old Joe under the bus.
She claims it had come from credible sources few have access to and usually not meant for the noses of the media.
Barack has reportedly pulled donors and put together a plan for Michelle, which is still being Tweaked, according to Adams.
Around May, Biden announces he's not running, even mentally.
The so-called plot is at come the August convention.
Michelle gets nominated.
Next step, Hunter's father, the temp, drops out just before that convention.
For now, he'll still play acts like he's a real candidate.
Now, this is obviously really possible.
It's a credible source, and it is true.
Michelle Obama may be running for the president of the United States.
If Joe Biden runs, then my only solution would be that either he has a stroke, heart attack, and/or dies while in office, and we end up instituting some sort of a governor's choice or government's choice, I should say, deep state pick, which would be Michelle Obama.
Now, talking about this, something very weird.
We are under attack, and we need to be aware.
One of our very own, the video shows the Gateway Punts reporter Kara Castanova, was assaulted by a government agent while questioning the cowardly DOJ prosecutor.
We have that video here, and I want to show you that they are willing to assault us, they are willing to cause us problems.
And here's what happened to her when she tried to do her own investigation.
Well, as you saw right there, they pushed her back and held her back.
And that's what they're trying to do to stop the Gateway Punt from reporting.

And that's just a reminder that even when you come after the things we love, as Chuck Schumer was told, you're messing with a force much bigger than he understands when it comes to him trying to regulate Zen and to get in the way.
