Time Text
Not really news.
Insurrectionist Mark Ponder was sentenced to 63 months in prison, tying with the longest printed sentence given to any terrorist who attempted to overthrow American democracy.
This black man went down to the Capitol with the full conviction of his heart that he was saving America.
And I dare believe, dare to conjecture that he and his attorney may wonder why in the world he was given a sentence equal to the fire extinguisher man.
Why he was given a sentence less than a QAnon shaman.
And while I'm sure they are shaking their heads in disbelief, I know.
I certainly know why he was given five years.
Of course we all know why he was arrested and given an unnecessarily long sentence in prison.
It was because he is a Republican.
You got it right.
We get a little confetti of color here on slightly offensive, the best worst show on the internet.
Today's show is absolutely crazy because guess who just confirmed that they've been getting spied on through court documents?
It was this guy right here.
I was being spied on by our favorite president, Joe Biden.
After years of trying to confirm why I've had so many technical issues with my phones, I've had to get new ones.
I keep having the press know everything about my personal life, constant coordinated attacks against me and my family, on top of much, much legal trouble over the years for crazy things like wiretapping.
I knew somebody was behind it, but I could not confirm it.
But I finally have the smoking gun now.
And yes, it's complicated.
It involves big tech.
Apple's totally in bed with the feds.
This trillion-dollar company, or at least was a trillion-dollar company before Trump's stimulus package and Biden's budget destroyed our economy.
They've colluded the good old FBI and DOJ to lift all my data, my social media, private messages, banking info, whatever they've needed to spy on me.
Of course, naked in the shower.
I don't know why they want to look at me, but we've got a crazy story.
Yes, we are here and so are you.
It is 2023, my slightly offensive backers, and things are already heating up.
My guests today are also victims of the totalitarian regime, Nick Oakes and Nick DiCarlo, who will be on the show later to tell their story of how they've been sentenced to four years in prison.
Well, at least one of their wives is pregnant.
For some ludicrous reason of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
This is slightly offensive.
My name is Elijah Schaefer and I'm over 2022 more than you are.
Trust me, you can take that one to the bank.
And I've got an exciting show ahead in store, including one of the most important interviews that we could have.
Don't forget right now to hit below the like, share, and also subscribe.
We are on YouTube, Rumble, Odyssey, and of course, all other platforms, including Twitter.
Make sure to follow us there.
And if you leave a five-star review, it might just get read at the end of the show.
It's free.
It doesn't cost you anything, and it really helps us out.
Before we jump into this, do not forget right now that the economy is under collapse.
The government is predicting a war with China in 2027.
That's kind of crazy.
They're set to invade Taiwan.
We're trying to exhaust Russia's military capability.
But what does that mean for the banking system?
It means it's unstable and you've got to invest your savings, your retirement, your 401k, or that money that you have left over in the bank in a real investment strategy to gold and silver with my friends at Goldco.
Goldco can help you right now transfer your retirement, your savings, any money that you have in the bank right now into gold and silver, which has gone up 1,000, 2,000% respectively over the decades, while the dollar has lost 90% of its value.
Don't be a victim of crypto scams where you just get your money wiped out overnight.
Actually invest in something and call my friends at Goldco who have a special offer for you at 855-2424758.
That's 855-2424758.
And click the link in the description.
Fill out the form.
See what they can do for you and can help you outlast the crazy economy that we have.

855-242-4758.
And click the link in the description.
Don't forget to support our sponsors who support this show in a time where the bullshit is out of control.
Well, SOBs, so we begin.
2023 kicked off when an attempted terrorist attack in New York.
Was it a white supremacist?
The pipe bomber?
I don't know.
But 19-year-old Muslim extremist Trevor Bickford.
And before you tell me that Trevor Bickford is not a Muslim extremist name, remember, a common English name from the United Kingdom is now Jahalabad Malachawala, which is important that you get the wahalalali at the end.
It's a common British name now.
Gone are the clerks.
Gone are the queen and the king.
And now we all just have Muhammad I, the second, the third.
And so guess what, Muslims?
I've already said my qualms with the Mormons.
I still love you, Mormons.
I'm just joking.
But now we're fighting back.
We have Muslim terrorists.
Good old Trevor Bickford, 19-year-old, attacked police with a machete near where the ball drops in Times Square.
Imagine being a terrorist before your own balls have dropped in front of the greatest ball dropping.
However, you probably didn't hear about this because the media has been silent.
They're not interested in the Muslims, Muslim Islam.
Remember when they made us all call it Isklam?
Ishlam?
Anyway, I love a couple Muslims.
I've met a few.
But they're not interested in Muslim extremism.
The reason why, as Andy No, journalists for post-millennial reported, is because they're not interested in your safety at all.
Their focus is what?
Ding, Narratives.
And now that we no longer have an interest in invading the Middle East, Islamic extremism is an afterthought for our media outlets.
I mean, think about that.
There was a time where all we heard about was the threat of jihadis, little Quran readers blowing themselves up and Christians being beheaded in Syria.
Oh, the shock.
And it was, I mean, a tragedy.
True.
But now, what do we hear about?
We hear about Muslims, like, I don't know, I don't know if Sneeko is a Muslim or a Christian, and Andrew Tate, who's been arrested with his brother Tristan.
I mean, Islam's on the rise, and we're not hearing about any negative sides of it.
In fact, we just don't have an interest because the war that we have going on is in Ukraine.
That's why we hear all about Putin, Putin, Putin, putting these bombs and my tax dollars into the hands of Ukrainian corrupt Nazis.
That's what I'm hearing about.
We also have the threat of COVID-19.
Ooh, remember that?
Unvaccinated people.
And my personal favorite, which is, of course, remember, the issue of hate speech.
Remember what Mark Zuckerberg said?
Yeah, exactly.
Well, as we jump into the topic for today, we know that government overreach is a subject that we frequently cover here on slightly offensive.
And I don't know why I say we anymore.
It's literally just me.
And yeah, being independent is tough.
Thank you guys for supporting at elijaschafer.locals.com and being a part of the locals community.
Remembering that there is an always fully offensive now segment that is extra, that is there.
And today's will be free and available to you.
I'll explain why later in the interview because you've got to watch it anyway.
The COVID shutdowns, the vax mandates, and government-led censorship are all just a few examples of how the United States government was pushing the envelope of federal power.
And although this is not really a new trend, the Biden administration accelerated it.
Now, they are apparently keen on being as controlling and vindictive as possible while he's busy, you know, sucking down ice cream cones.
I don't know why it got so graphic in that.
That was pretty disruptive for the children in the room.
I hope you leave.
But while they're busy, you know, putting a show on and he's fallen asleep, they're actually still persecuting a specific group of people.
And that's anyone that's involved in January 6th protests at the Capitol.
Now, the government has brought the full weight of its power down on anyone remotely involved in that fateful day.
In fact, there are individuals that I don't know, but people that don't even want to be known to have been there, that are so afraid of being outed.
I don't know why.
I have information, not that can lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, but who doesn't have information?
In fact, the crimes committed that day could have been just being in the building.
The fact that people can get probation, there's a guy who just tried to burn down a Minneapolis school in 2020, I believe, during the George Floyd riots, the BLM extremist riots.
He got probation.
He can sit at his home with pornhub masturbation on his federally charged probation.
Well, you can actually go to prison for multiple years for walking in the wrong place at the wrong time.
And that's what happened to our guests today.
Now, the federal government has used every arm of the bureaucracy to persecute patriotic Americans.
People who have never even entered the building have had their bank accounts seized, hundreds of thousands of dollars, and been brought before the January 6th Commission for questioning.
Think about Alex Jones or look at Nicholas J. Fuentes.
Those that did manage to enter the Capitol, though, face the possibility of years in prison and inhumane treatments from the feds.
Now, many of these people never hurt anyone.
They never vandalized anything.
They didn't commit crimes.
There's another individual who just, I believe, got probation as well for packing backpacks full of explosives during the BLM communist left-wing riots.
Now, you know, I'm not trying to be reactionary because I'm actually over it.
I've been trying to get out of the con ink, you know, right-wing sin.
I've never been a conservative.
I never probably will be a conservative.
I'm sympathetic to the cause, but one thing that I hate more than anything is government overreach is the deep state and is the absolute totalitarian bullshit that we suffer through every day.
Yeah, I'm pissed because life is retarded.
It's not making any more sense.
And while we're in the middle of one of the most serious breakdowns in our country's history, people are fighting about Lex Friedman's reading list.
If you don't know who Lex Friedman is, you're probably living a good life.
He has a few good guests.
Whatever.
I don't care if you hate him.
But the people are fighting over a man's book list on the internet.
Retards, it's 2023.
You're all still stupid.
But there are people that we're forgetting about.
While the right wing is infighting over DeSantis and Trump and Kanye West, there are people sitting in federal prison for two years awaiting a hearing.
Literally two years.
So if you think your life's bad, say your prayers.
Thank God because God has enabled us and has empowered us right now in this day and age, not only to fight against evil and against the absolute dumb crap that is being spewed on the internet every day, but we can actually shine light while there are our brothers and our sisters.
These are patriots.
These are people who fought for this country that are locked up right now in inhumane conditions.
And yeah, I don't understand what's going on with the Tate brothers and their arrest.
I don't know if they're guilty.
I'm not entirely sure.
I'm not one to really believe random accusations of people, but we'll let the courts find out.
We have people who have been in for two years.
The Biden administration has chosen to make an example out of that day.
And why?
Because that day was the closest that they've ever been to losing control.
I know.
It's not really, I don't think I'm supposed to say that realistically.
I don't think I'm supposed to say that.
I think that's probably incorrect to put on the podcast.
But it's damn true.
It's a true statement.
They're mad because the fragility of the United States government, which I believe they planned and plotted, was put on full display.
And if you're out in places like I'm traveling right now, I'm working on my mobile studio.
I'm getting jacked.
I'm getting tanned.
And I'm living my best life.
But I'm in this mobile studio thinking, man, this country thinks that January 6th was the worst event in American history.
I'm not joking.
It has gone international.
Now, they felt that the power that they wielded began to slip through their fingers, and they took it as a threat against everything they built in DC over the last several decades.
They took it personally.
This was their home.
They never cared when your home was being burnt down.
They didn't care when your life was in threat.
They even laughed.
If you ever watch the news, they laugh when you say that cities were burned down.
I filmed cities being burned down and people laugh at me.
In fact, there's a whole bunch of commentators out there that have done jack shit, literally nothing with their lives except blabber on a camera like I'm doing now, who've never gone into the field, who have never risked their safety.
And they're like, oh, I'm going to be a say-so in this, in this movement.
Go ahead.
We don't have any room for more people like that.
Our movement is led by a bunch of homosexuals, transsexuals, and feminists, and people sympathetic with the cause.
Meanwhile, people that are actually fighting for Christian values, that are putting themselves out there are literally rotting in jail.
And nobody's talking about them because they don't want to touch that subject.
It's much easier to complain about the Marvel universe or, you know, about why this other issue is important and drag queens.
Buddy, our friends are rotting in jail.
Oh, but I don't want to touch that subject because it's too sensitive.
Yeah, you're a bitch.
You don't want to talk about real things.
You'd rather talk about what's amicable, what makes sense.
That's why they didn't want to talk about the vaccines.
They never talk about the important stuff.
They lull us with their propaganda, just like the left wing does.
I'm out.
I'm done.
I have no reason to not speak my mind anymore.
I'm going to share the truth and I'm never going to shy away because the government took this personally and they've attacked me and my family and they have no intentions of ever letting something like this happen again.
So down comes the hammer of persecution on anyone remotely involved.
Now, I don't even care to say I was in the Capitol that day.
I was documenting.
I was reporting on everything transpiring.
And I, like so many others, have now become, and yeah, I will say it, a victim of government persecution overreach.
I spared myself because, of course, I have a credential, the same one that BBC, that New York Post, the New Yorker had.
And the Biden administration, the DOJ, wasn't really keen on arresting people inside of the Capitol that, you know, were their buddies, their cronies, their allies.
So perhaps I got off on a technicality because I was working for a great institution at the time.
I wasn't doing anything nefarious.
I was doing my job.
But the fact that people are going to prison, like rotting in jail without any hearing simply because they were in the same place.
I mean, I don't want to use a credential as a way to justify their persecution.
Screw that.
Now, of course, what was my alleged crime?
My alleged crime, as I mentioned earlier, that I found out they're spying on me, was simply that I was inside the Capitol that I took pictures of what I saw.
So because I was a journalist and a reporter taking pictures of what I saw, I became a inside, apparently, for a large criminal investigation, which was leaked.
Now, I've been on subject of an FBI investigation for a while that was transferred now to the Department of Justice.
And on top of that, they, what?
They were spying on me the entire time.
Now, Bank of America, we already know, handed over my bank records, my corporate bank records as well.
I mean, they say about 87,000 IRS agents, they could just lift your records whenever they want.
But most importantly, Facebook said they gave over all of my messages, but it was like, okay, well, I felt like they were wiretapping my phone.
There were so many things wrong with it.
But guess what?
Apple lost a court case and had to release to me, or I guess it expired, and they finally had to release to me the true evidence.
Apple was handing over my personal iCloud, my access to my emails, to my iMessages, and all of my phone calls in real time to the FBI and to the DOJ to completely lift my data.
And then what's even crazier about this is that in the records here, the FBI ordered Apple not to alert me that my privacy was being violated.
So Apple has this clause that's like, oh, you know, your personal data is being wiretapped.
We should let you know because there was a data breach by the criminals in the FBI.
But no, they stayed a court order, handed over my data.
Now, what's so maddening about this is I wouldn't care because obviously big tech is corrupt.
And I know that we live in an absolute crap society that doesn't matter and doesn't care about the very basis of freedom and of liberty, except for the fact that during the San Bernardino shootings, remember the Islamic extremist terrorist attack, where I believe maybe 10, 12 people were murdered.
Nothing big, not a big deal, right?
Just a dozen people murdered and shot in what they tried to cover as a workplace anger shooting, but was really an Islamic extremist shooting.
Don't forget that.
They covered that one up very quickly.
Apple wouldn't unlock the phone of the Islamic extremist shooter and wouldn't hand over the information to federal investigators, but they handed over my information to federal investigators according to court documents.
So they accused me of terrorism, of taking pictures, was worth handing over my iMessage and my private data, but killing 12 people or whatever it was, that wasn't worth it.
That wasn't, that wasn't advocating or even impressing upon Apple to say, maybe we should release that information.
Like, that's how delusional these people are.
They're nuts.
They're literally gone.
They think that me being January 6th was worse than an actual mass murder at an office building.
It's like it's insane.
I know.
And the justification for this: well, one of the pictures I tweeted out that day was of a computer of one of the staffers in Nancy Pelosi's office.
It had been left just sitting there with the screen open to an email.
And I posted the image to social media.
Like, I'm doing my job.
This is what I do.
The feds attempted to say that I got this, broke federal wiretapping laws.
They just make shit up and then they can break the law.
And of course, what did they use to get access to my phone?
The Patriot Act, September 11th.
Of course, everything's justified now.
You're not safe.
So just to reiterate, the government is trying to say that I wiretapped them for taking a picture of a computer in the middle of a chaotic protest.
And then they are literally wiretapping me, monitoring my communications to try to dig around for something criminal.
And it's like, so you're saying I wiretapped you, so you're wiretapping me, but I'm a criminal, but you're not a criminal.
Okay, this doesn't stop me though.
I, I, everything, there's everything that people have tried in my life.
Officially, everything has been tried that could be tried.
I'm not going to be stopped now.
I have God on my side.
And if God is for me, who can be against me?
And if you want to dig through my phone, if you want to say things, if you want to call me a terrorist, go ahead.
Because I'm not afraid anymore.
I'm not afraid of man.
I don't fear man.
My mission from God has been solidified.
And I am encouraged of all things by my guests today.
Nick Oakes and Nick DiCarlo, Dick Nicarlo, whatever you want to say.
He goes by many things.
They've gone through much worse persecution.
And we're going to get to this story in a moment.
But we are told by our government and the media that America is the land of the free and the home of the brave, right?
And when I look what's happened in recent years, when I look at what is still happening, I don't see a free nation.
I see a nation whose government has grown into an unstoppable force, corrupting everything that it touches.
And I see a nation where the elite will do anything to hold on to power.
I see a nation where the brave are being crushed.
And our government is supposed to be comprised of the people.
It is designed to serve us, not the other way around.
This is not happening anymore.
And increasingly, the federal government is not made of the American people.
And increasingly, it has become harder and harder to dissent against the government without facing complete censorship and legal persecution.
This is only going to get worse as technology improves and bureaucracy grows.
And if things do not turn around, our nation is headed into a very dark place.
But there are still amazing people in this country.
There are people who would sacrifice a great deal to keep this nation free, as many already have.
And that is why it's so important to come together and strive for the future that we want to see.
It begins with talking about the problems, having a discussion like we have on this show.
And it begins with getting involved in your church and your community.
It begins with running for local offices and for doing the things that patriots have done, like covering and watching and keeping their eyes on the federal government and the overreaches of DC.
Let's get involved and fight to take America back and continue to shed light on the persecution.
These people are being threatened with over 20 years of imprisonment for filming events in the same place that mainstream media reporters and myself, who was a part of the mainstream, were not arrested.
They're the target of vicious leftist smears, accusing them of being a Klan member and abusing his black wife and Mick's son, among many other vile lies.
Before we get into the interview, I'd like to give a huge thanks to our sponsor for today.
I'll be honest, I love a good smoke every now and then.
If that's you, but you don't like all the harmful chemicals, you don't love the smoke going into your lungs, and someone around you hates how it smells.
Well, I've got good news for you.
Right now, you can pick up Pixetine, which is nicotine-infused toothpicks.
You heard that right.
Now, of course, with all the restrictions in the world today, getting what you want is sometimes impossible.
And I'm sure there's been people around you who are telling you, stop vaping, stop smoking.
It's not good for you.
Well, here's the beautiful thing.
Right now, this tasty nicotine toothpick can be used anytime and anywhere and doesn't give you all those harmful additives, doesn't give you that bad and gross smell.
But of course, it gives you the same buzz and it can help you quit if that's what you're trying to do.
Go ahead and take back control of doing what you want when you want to.
Use it wherever you can in bars, restaurants, planes.
There's literally no restrictions.
Anywhere you want.
Even have one in the shower if you want to.
I'm not going to judge you.
But Pixetine is here to do two things, taste great and give you freedom.
The freedom to use nicotine wherever and whenever you want to without all the extra baggage.
If you want to make a change for the new year, which we're trying to do in 2023, and you're tired of the nasty habit that you have, and or you just like an occasional smoke and you want some way to have a nicotine without having to get all that gross stuff in between, I really encourage you to give Pixetine a try.

I want to welcome to the show my guests for today.
And we're back.
I'm here with the Knicks, Nick Oakes and Nick Carlo or Dick Nicarlo.
What doesn't really matter is how the names are said.
The truth is what's going on.
And we were just talking.
If you haven't watched the full episode on YouTube or Rumble, make sure you check it out.
Their full interview, including some of the crazy and shocking information that had come out recently about the government spying on me, as well as two guys who have it a little bit worse, just a little bit, going to jail and to camps for years.
It's like Girl Scouts, but there's people with guns and they raided your house and they might kill you if you try to escape.
So not too much more serious, but it has its drawbacks for sure.
Let's go to Nick Carlo right here.
What's really, so what's going on in your head, man?
Like, you know, to people, you don't have a chance probably to talk to everybody you've known.
People might be curious about what's going on in your life.
Let's get into your head for a second.
Like, yeah, what are you feeling about all of this for real?
Well, I mean, the amount of love and support I have is insane.
And, you know, it is a shame.
I don't have time to talk to everyone, talk to everyone and thank them for how they're helping me, how they've been helping me and everything through this.
But the love and support has been unreal.
As far as what's going on in the head, I tend to not really think about things until they're happening.
I mean, it was kind of dark.
Like I said, last two years, not knowing what's going to happen.
Now that I know it's four years, it's like, huh, whatever.
Mysteries, you know, the secrets out, mysteries solved.
Yeah, there's nothing ominous anymore.
I know what I'm facing, and I'm going to take a head on.
Well, yeah, we are, I mean, taking a head-on is the way to go.
And I know that, like you said, just a question.
I mean, do you want people to write you as well?
Are you looking for communication?
Yeah, I'm not that good at writing, and my reading is pretty poor, too.
But write me anyway.
I might, you know, reply back with like crayon pictures or something or, you know.
Write me.
Write me.
I'll reply.
Yeah.
I'll have plenty of time to write back and everything.
And yeah.
All right.
And Mr. Oaks, I know that you are a man of stoicism and you, like all men, for lack of better words, are suffering and struggling in your own ways, but you learn how to hold it together and to just confront things the way that a man is required to do so, which is to just, the only way through it is through it.
But same question goes to you.
You know, these are heavy things.
And what do you want people to know?
Like, I mean, what's really going on in your head?
What's maybe the more vulnerable side, if you're willing to share that?
Yeah, why not?
I never do this, by the way.
You're right.
And it's not an act.
It's not bravado.
You really can't get me down with this.
You know, if I wanted to, I'm sure that I could have.
I know I could have made a deal and got out of the whole thing.
All right, let's say that.
But that's that's a life sentence of its own.
Forget that.
You know, to answer your question directly, the only part of this that was hard, I think I was the first person who was arrested out of like anybody, right?
Because we were very photogenic people and we had quite the image that floated around the press.
We smoked a couple of cigarettes inside the Capitol.
I remain proud of it.
There was a lot of paperwork in court about how DeCarlo had it framed in his house.
And I send you high-fives across the internet for that.
But that being the case, when they grabbed me up, the FBI didn't raid my house or anything like that.
They got me at the airport at the bag claim, which is what they do to verify it's you when you grab your bag.
And I got thrown in Mac Security in Hawaii.
And you don't know anything in there, right?
You don't get that phone call or whatever.
So I was just, I was in there for a week, solitary, couldn't see a television out the window, anything like that.
I didn't eat a bite.
And I didn't know if I'd be in there for 50 years.
You don't know if they're doing what they do and saying it's a treasonous offense and get out the gallows, give you a life sentence.
It's the same as like defecting to China.
I didn't know if I'd ever hold my son again.
And that was tough.
But I got out of there and I held my son again.
And I haven't been bothered since.
Yeah, and not everyone is so lucky.
I did want to bring this up, not to detract from you guys, but obviously you're informed.
I mean, tell me about what you know about some of the guys still, you know, without probation, still without bond.
I mean, what's going on with other detainees and political prisoners that you know of right now?
Well, I think there's a reason we're not in that boat is because we got grabbed up early.
As I said, I was the first one as far as I know.
It didn't take him long to track down my co-defendant.
Again, this is not like robbing a bank.
It's not a mystery who was there or who did what.
It's all how you interpret it.
So the people that they grabbed up a bit later than us, who weren't quite as photogenic on CNN that night, the medium even really taking hold at that point.
And if you know anything about how this country works, you know that that affects what judges do.
So they were much harsher.
And I got treated normally, right?
As a day one guy, they gave me a $5,000 bond.
It was a trespassing charge.
I mean, I got thrown in federal prison, solitary confinement, a trespassing charge.
That's not normal.
But once I got out of there after a week, it was pretty much normal court stuff, right?
I didn't even wear an ankle monitor, stuff like that.
I'm not going to escape the Blivia.
I think they know that.
Now, a month later, whatever it was for Dick, they gave him harsher stuff.
He gave the ankle monitor.
They banned him from the internet, all that stuff.
And then guys that got arrested after that, well, now they're locked up and then they've been locked up the whole time because the media affects the mood of the nation and the mood of the judiciary.
And I think that's why a lot of guys are in there who didn't do anything any more notable than any mega grandma that wandered through the flag.
But they have ties to whatever distasteful group you can point to or whatever it is.
They want to make an example of some people.
They certainly made an example of us.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
I think, Nick, you were going to add a little more to that.
Yeah, it was.
I never thought, you know, Just for taking a self-guided tour through the Capitol and not being able to find an ashtray in there, that I'd be greeted with 15 ARs pointed at my face, given an ankle monitor, a curfew on top of that, which is retarded.
Like, they already know where you are.
Why do you have to be in at a certain time?
But the way they're treating a lot of these other defense, I'm sorry, defendants is insane.
I believe Ethan Dordeen's trial has recently started.
I'm not sure how that's going, but I mean, he's been in jail with no bond or anything for, you know, since he got popped maybe a month after I did.
And there's others, you know, in similar situations.
They've just been held.
And they're not dangerous people.
These aren't dangerous people, but they're, you know, being treated like we're all being treated like this is 9-11 part 2.
You know?
Right.
They didn't do anything different than me.
I mean, it's in our court domes.
We showed up and they made a big deal that I bear hugged old Ethan Nordine in the Capitol.
Yeah.
Guilty.
I did that.
I hugged the guy.
Guilty of hug.
He's and then, you know, it's he's locked up.
But again, he got grabbed up a bit after us.
I think if they had arrested me a month or two later, I'd be in jail the whole time.
It's and they're giving them like maximum security.
Yeah, they're giving them harsh, harsh conditions too.
Like as if they're like, that's what happens if you're pre-trial.
Yeah, if you're pre-trial and you're not on release, then you get sent to a harsher place in general.
It's when you got, you know, convicted or guilty plea or whatever.
And if you're a nonviolent first offender, then by the rules, you should go to a minimum security work camp.
Looks like I'm not so lucky, even though the rules, you know, say what they are.
But for guys that are awaiting trial, you end up with just everybody.
That's just how the system works.
That's not particularly unusual.
What is unusual is that they'd be waiting trial for two freaking years for trespassing.
Dude.
Dude, you know, it's like you said, like, I'm not, I'm just like, you have to count your blessings, whether it's a work camp or even four years, because what they wanted, I mean, they honestly wanted public executions, and I firmly believe that.
This is what they wanted death, death by chair, by hanging.
Like, they wanted people to die for being traitors to the state when they knew exactly what was happening.
They want death by drone.
There's people in MSNBC say they need to drone American citizens with missiles from robots that kill us.
That's not hyperbole.
These are things that are said on TV.
And the only thing that's stopping them is that these people don't have quite that much free reign yet, but it seems like it's getting there.
The sentiment isn't so high.
And it's better to go get jacked in a camp for four months than to get your house blown up by drones.
But it's also not out of the picture.
I mean, you would lose some weight.
You would literally lose some limbs too.
But I also realize it's not a joke.
And I mean that genuinely because there's so much I'd love to share on public platforms.
Like a lot of things I just choose not to talk about because it doesn't add to anything.
Meaning like with the investigations and stuff like that with the feds, like I just don't want to get into it because I don't want to give any ammunition, right?
It's always a trap.
I mean, this January 6th thing has been a trap from the beginning.
I believe it was a honeypot.
And I believe that it's always used to entrap people, like to say, oh, well, you said this to this person.
So that means that you're guilty of this.
And you did this.
And I'm not playing those games anymore.
And I know some people have been getting off like the autism plea apparently that didn't work with you guys.
But my question is, is there anything you can do to appeal this?
Anything you can do to get out of this?
Or are we just, boys, are we stuck here?
Is this where we're off to?
And, you know, there's no really going back.
No, we have no legal way to appeal it because it's a guilty plea.
I mean, straight up, the reason I pled guilty is because they said straight up that you're going to get more charges if you don't.
Like, there are no bones about it.
You know what I mean?
So that's not legal, but that's how it works.
And then not even just the initial charges they threatened to add on.
They would have just kept adding stuff on.
If we didn't plea out when we did, we probably would have got 20 years with them just dogpiling more and more stuff onto us.
So that's how they do it.
They're just like, hey, we got to put some people in prison for this.
So you're going to be the ones.
And if you don't want to go to prison for four years, four or twenty, take your pick.
Yeah.
Well, I'm an innocently prideful person.
Like, it's, I'm, I'll fight this to the end, but at some point, like, I, I do have kids, and it becomes selfish and sinful to do that.
Like, it does.
And I'll lose.
Like, I always knew I was going to lose.
When I say I'll take it to court, like, we're going to a DC jury.
They're going to get some college girls and you're going away.
It doesn't matter what they accuse you of.
All right.
They could just, they could say, that's profane.
I'm not going to solve your show with some slightly offensive language, but it doesn't matter what they accuse you of.
You're going to be found guilty in DC if you're us.
We know that.
All right.
Oh, yeah.
If you're us and we got a jaywalking ticket, they would have hanged us.
Right.
Simple as that.
That's their opinion.
But you know that.
If you're on the dissident right and you jaywalk too aggressively, you're doing four years.
And it does seem to be four years for a lot of us, by the way.
That's like the magic number.
That was just like what they probably got to prove.
Like, hey, the public won't get too mad.
People won't give up too much of a fight.
It's not seven.
It's not two.
So it's easy.
It's just four.
Where do you think they got that number?
No, the public won't put up a fight.
Oh, presidential term.
I want to thank you, Elijah, because you have us on your show.
And the truth is a lot of people won't because they're scared.
And that should be said.
Yeah, okay.
And I hate to say this, but I'm also not really scared of anything anymore because when I look at the people that are against me usually, it speaks for itself.
And when the deep state is against you and these types of things, it's like, okay, well, look, man, the world is very fucked up.
And that's just the truth.
And it's extremely convoluted and confusing.
The only thing that has shocked me in the last few years is that like having a good heart and wanting to troll and enjoy yourself usually just makes you vulnerable to being destroyed.
And I think that's where a lot of us got thrown off the last few years.
We were just having fun, enjoying ourselves.
And it turned into like, hey, we're your now political enemies.
And the country really turned from, hey, we the people to it's us the people and you the enemy.
And that's why I would say, I mean, and this, this is from the deep down into the right-wing media to the left-wing media to the parties.
I mean, it's just one cluster freak show of individuals who are narcissistic out for their own right.
And they don't care about the stories.
They don't care about the truth.
They don't do anything with their life.
You got a proud boy tattoo?
Out, goodbye.
You do anything.
Out, goodbye.
They threaten things.
And people will literally throw you under the bus just because they don't want an article.
Oh, you know, you had Nick Oaks on your show.
Good.
This is a fellow patriot.
This is an American who's going to jail.
These are patriot brothers right here who are out there who fought for our country in ways that are so important.
Literally, one of y'all at least definitely served in the military.
And then you're out here telling me these are traitors.
These are people who don't love this nation.
I just don't buy the narrative and I don't want to be a part of the problem.
And so that's why I say keep a good mindset, ignore the bullshit, and like I say, boys, you know, you got the terms to serve.
You got to serve this shit.
It's going to suck.
I don't know.
I can't say I understand fully of all the all of it, but I'm sure there'll be some positives.
Hopefully, you make some, honestly, some good.
I'm really hoping you meet some good people, not the wrong people.
And I hope that when you come out of this, that God really brings a redemption and a story, not just for you guys, but for this country, and that you have the supernatural strength to fight through all the hardships that are coming your way for both you and your families.
Last thing I want to say: if you guys can, you know, we talked about in the show the ways to support you guys.
This might be way too personal, and so you can answer this with as vagueness as you'd like to.
How's your financial life looking like because of this and the people around you?
Like, what is this genuinely looking like?
Because you guys got give, send, goes.
They're out there.
I want to hear.
Let's go with DeCarlo first.
Like, what does this look like for you with your job, with your future prospects, your work, your current financial situation?
Let's just get into this for a second.
So it's already been hard enough to find work.
It's funny with pre-trial, it's pretty much like probation.
They require you to have a job and work full-time.
But who wants to hire you when they do a background check and they saw you went to the Capitol Kegger?
So it's been hard with that.
My parents' health is failing pretty quick.
Like my dad's getting eye surgeries done and stuff.
His knee replacement has fallen apart.
I've been trying to work and help them, support them in any way I can.
And it's been rough with this.
And now that I'm branded a felon, it's going to be even harder.
It's going to be even harder to find work and everything and help take care of my parents the way I'm supposed to.
But I don't know.
I'll find a way.
I'll manage.
All right.
And Nick Oakes, let's go over here.
Yeah, the finances are gone.
I mean, I've been banned from like five banks and every payment process you've ever heard of, like down to the ones you haven't heard of that you use all the time.
You don't even know, like Stripe.
I can't live a normal life.
So does the felony doesn't affect me.
I've been exiled from any sort of professional life for a very long time since before this.
Like, I'm not a wealthy man.
Actually, I'm poor.
But I mean, I've been like a sandwich delivery man.
I've drove Uber, all this stuff, and I'm banned from all that because leftist activists will call every company you've ever heard of and they'll say, did you know you have a man named Nick Oakes who's a racist who uses, works for, or likes your product?
And I'm not involved in that, right?
But then sometimes I am.
So now nothing in my phone works.
I'm already pre-banned for stuff I haven't even heard of.
You know what I mean?
This is what life is on the distant right.
If you want to get out there and actually say something and be a public person, it'll happen to you.
So, yeah, it's not easy.
I'm not slowing down at all.
I regret nothing.
And see y'all in four years.
Gentlemen, we have your support down in the description of both of these things.
I don't know how far this video is going to go, not only because of algorithms, and I don't think they'll like your names or the topics, but also just because of the fight against liberty and what's going on.
But I pray that those who see this are able to help and support in the ways that they can, and that there can continue to be, you know, ways I've got to make sure, Nick, that you email me ways to stay in touch with you guys while you're there.
I don't know where I'll be at any given point, so I'm not making any promises about anything, but I want to make sure to be able to support you guys and keep updates and know what's going on and not forget.
And so, yeah, please pray for them, all you prayer warriors, and those that have the financial means to do so, please as well.
If you have ways to help the family outside of just giving to a fundraiser, which may be work, or just ways to help provide, please as well.
You can feel free to email the email in the description and we'll forward all that information as well to both the individuals here and anyone who needs it.
Thank you so much, gentlemen, for coming on this segment of Fully Offensive and for the full show as well.
I hate to say it, but I don't wish you luck.
I wish you strength from God and perseverance in what will be a very, very tough, but four years you will survive and thrive.
I appreciate it.
Thanks for having us.
A huge thank you to my guests.
Don't forget that this is a member supported show.
So guys, if you do love this and you love the neck that I put out for these people, they were telling me, you know, that basically a lot of people won't have them on the show.
People wouldn't have the died suddenly.
People on the show, people are blacklisting Laura Logan.
That's what Slightly Offensive is for.
We get to support the people that aren't supported by the mainstream media.
They don't support us anyways.
So let's support ourselves.
