Welcome back to the Daily Dose with your favorite host, me, Elijah Schaefer.
Today we are talking about our favorite transgender Canadian.
And no, that we're not talking about Justin Trudeau, but that's pretty close.
We're talking about Jessica Yaneev.
And if you're not familiar with who she is, we're going to give a breakdown of kind of why we're obsessed with her and her balls.
And I say her balls, and you'll find out why I said that later.
But first, let me let you know that we need you to subscribe always to this podcast that comes out almost every single day, as well as many straight videos by clicking the button below.
And also, if you've been subscribed before, check that you are still subscribed because our followers get magically unsubscribed by the wizards up at Daddy YouTube.
Anyway, let's get to the story for today.
So our story comes from a lot of publications, but I'm looking at life site news because here at Slightly Offensive, I want to promote websites that I think promote goodness.
Even though life sites went down the hill recently.
Anyway, this article is the trans activist who demanded that genitals be waxed is now suing a salon for refusing to wax his legs.
So there's a little bit of misgendering there.
Don't want to do that.
Don't want to be a bigot.
Anyway, Jonathan Yaniv previously and unsuccessfully filed complaints against multiple beauticians for refusing to perform a Brazilian wax on him.
Okay, so let's get into this.
So Jessica Yaniv, I might remind you, if we go to this next article from, what is this from, from the Telegraph, was that Canadian transgender woman loses case against beautician who refused to do a Brazilian wax.
So Jessica Yaniv is this transgender person from Canada.
If you don't know who they are, this is how they look actually right here.
So really, really sexy individual.
I mean, look at those, look at those arms.
They literally have, wow, it's like thighs for biceps.
Really, really deep stuff.
Plus, you get the nice moobs there and whatnot.
Just a really, really good-looking individual.
I just can't compete.
This person tried to get beauticians to wax their nuts.
And essentially, if the beauticians said no, because they don't wax nuts, right?
That's a very sensitive part.
Then basically, this person then sued all of them, ended up losing the cases for abusing human rights, basically for financial gain.
That's what this article says.
It says, Canadian transgender woman has been accused of using human rights law for financial gain as she lost a landmark discrimination case over the refusal of several beauticians to provide her with waxing services.
So basically this person is a human rights abuser.
Jessica Neeves a human rights abuser.
But this article from LifeSight has an update.
They're back at it, abusing more human rights and no longer of just white women, but of Sikhs.
Yes, the religion that gets mistaken for being Muslims, and as one article said, often get called ragheads.
I didn't say it.
That's just the article said that as a racial slur, are now getting called transphobic.
So if it's not bad enough to get mistaken for a Muslim, you're now getting mistaken for a bigot.
Is there a difference?
I don't know.
You decide.
Anyway, Vancouver, British Columbia, January 7th, 2020.
Canadian transgender activist Jonathan Jessica Yaneve, infamous for unsuccessful human rights complaints against beauticians who refused to wax his genitalia, is taking another beauty salon to the Human Rights Tribunal, this time for allegedly refusing to wax his legs.
Again, a little misgender there.
The Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms announced Tuesday in a press release that it is defending Vancouver-based salon She Point Beauty Studio.
Might I remind you that it's called She Point.
There's the word she in it.
Against a complaint you need filed in October with the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal.
So They're suing them for $2,000 each and then for a total, I think it says right here, for a total of $6,000 that they refuse to pay Yaniv.
And of course, Yaniv want to get their legs waxed.
Now, why is it a big deal for Yaniv?
Yaniv has male genitals, meaning they have two hunky balls and a dick.
And that's just what Yaniv has.
I don't want to see it, but if it looks anything like Yaniv's arms, we're talking about chod-level awesomeness.
But apparently, I'm not the only person who doesn't want to see it.
There's a bunch of beauticians who don't want to see it either.
And basically, why would they not wax their legs?
Well, Yaniv wants the full leg wax.
I mean, I'm talking about the inner thigh, right?
This is deep-level stuff.
When I mean deep, I mean going in really deep.
And they have to essentially be nude from the waist down.
And so it's like, I mean, if we go back to this picture, where is this?
Who doesn't want to see this person's nuts?
I mean, come on.
What are you, what are you, a transphobe?
You don't want to put your eyes on these bleached bleached blonde testicles?
That's not something you want to do?
Man, I wouldn't want to be you.
I would want to be more tolerant.
If being a bigot means not waxing this person's nuts, then I'm proudly a bigot.
I don't really care at this point.
But anyways, when we go into this, I'm like, well, why is this Sikh woman, right?
This is a religious discrimination suit.
They're refusing to wax the nuts because he said based on their religion.
I don't really know a lot about Sikhism.
So I went to Religion News to kind of find out a little bit about what Sikhism is.
I don't know if you know what Sikhism is.
I just know that they wear those things on their head.
It looks a little bit like the diaper things or whatever.
And they get mistaken for being Muslims.
And for the most part, I thought they've been pretty just peaceful people who respect the people around them.
They're actually from India.
I know that.
But it says to start at the beginning, the founder of Sikh, his name is Guru Nanak, was born in 1469 in Punjab region of South Asia, which is currently split between Pakistan and the northeast western area of India.
So basically from a young age, Guru the Guru was disillusioned by social inequities and religious hypocrisies he observed around him.
He believed that a single divine force created the entire world and resided within it.
In this belief, God was not separate from the world watching from a distance, but fully involved in every aspect of creation.
So, in fact, the Sikh religion is actually a pretty cool religion for the most part.
I'm not Sikh.
I don't know.
I don't know if you got the memo.
Nothing on my head except for this hat.
Not really Sikh garb.
But the Sikhs kind of saw the inequalities in India.
They saw this problem where they have the caste system, right, in India.
It's one of the most racist and intolerant countries in the world.
So while we consistently speak out against the UK and the United States and the Nordic countries for being racist, actually, in studies that have been done on the most racist and discriminatory countries, they're non-white countries.
True fact.
India being one of the most racist countries in the world, even to their own populations who don't fall in line with what they believe.
But Sikhism saw that being sort of a detriment, this caste system, and this idea of this polytheos, this many god theory, giving that ability to rank members was seen as antithetical to peace within individuals.
So this leader created a religion a lot like Christianity, which is why when the British Empire conquered the Sikhs and basically conquered Punjab in like the late 1800s, they actually assimilated pretty well and moved all around Southeast Asia and even to the United Kingdom, where they've integrated fairly well, the Sikh people have.
Why?
Because their values are actually very similar to Western values.
They believe in forward-thinking ideology.
I was reading.
They're about the future and about new opportunity.
And they also believe in one God, one set of values, and they're sympathetic with the Judeo-Christian ideals.
So that's pretty interesting.
So the more that you think Sikhs are really not, you know, people see them and they get really like, oh, these foreign invaders, but they're actually a lot more like Western culture than liberals are in the modern era, really, truly.
Not neoliberals, but liberals.
So that's pretty interesting.
But I wanted to see, well, what do Sikh women look like?
And so I got this picture.
I was just looking up Sikh women.
Yeah, this woman doesn't want to wax nuts.
I can pretty much say that.
But kind of giving a background, why do we care about Jessica Yaneve?
Might I remind you, Jessica Yaneve is a child predator as well as a transgender.
So if you can't get her on that, you can get her on the fact that she does prey on children.
She tries to talk to young kids about really, really nasty stuff.
I have this random old video you might have seen.
This is a creator named Blair White, who's a transgender activist.
Now, I get there are real transgender people.
And so this is not really that big of a deal.
But Blair White and there's this other transgender activist that I know who try to expose people who are taking advantage of this.
And that's a real problem.
People are taking advantage of being transgender to try to basically get, you know, whatever, brownie points socially or to get in the SJW victimhood totem pole somewhere higher so they can, you know, basically excuse their bad behavior.
And then anytime you call them out, they say it's your transphobic.
But might I remind you, this is evidence.
Watch this.
unidentified
If you wanted to.
If you wanted to.
I was an adult four years ago.
This is irrelevant.
I know.
We're talking about young girls who just so happen to be the people that you are preying on in these messages, which you're not going to say you didn't send them, you did.
Those are the people that are also going to attend this topless party that you just admitted after lying that you're going to attend.
Whoever is calling, stop.
Yeah, I'm getting like a lot of people.
The problem is young girls, not adults, not even biological males.
It is custom for boys to be shirtless at the pool.
It is not custom for girls, especially if they're 12, they are developing.
So do you think it's wrong for FTMs to not be able to take their top off at age 15, 14?
elijah schaffer
Okay, yeah.
So this is Jessica Yaniv arguing that young transgenders through their, whatever, should be having a topless pool party.
So we don't really like this person very much.
Anybody who likes to see kids shirtless and gets off on it is probably not invited over my house for dinner.
And by probably, I mean, they'll probably be put in jail.
But also, can I remind you, a little kudos to Jessica Neave.
I think this is at 5924.
Jessica Yanniv is going through court because they pulled out this.
Watch this.
Welcome to Living in Socialist Canada.
Watch this.

Fucking destruction is whatever we go in.
So just know that.
Super chats will be donated to them.
Again.
I don't need to be scared of my own house that I'm going to get fucking attacked.
elijah schaffer
Okay.
Well, I don't know what that was, but Jessica Neve pulled out a taser, right?
Which is probably the only thing that she's really able to turn on in this life.
And basically pulled a weapon out, which are apparently illegal in her province of Canada.
That sucks for Canadians.
My bad for you.
I mean, literally, if looks could kill, Jessica Yaniv would be at the top.
There's no need for this person to have a weapon.
Nobody is trying to rape you, Jessica Yaneve.
Nobody, don't you get it?
You're trying to pay people to touch your nuts, and yet people don't want to do it.
Like people won't even solicit your money to get near your genitals.
Stop trying to get people to touch your nuts.
Anyway, Jessica Yanniv, I hope you learned.
