using free speech to free minds You're listening to The David Night Show.
As the clock strikes 13, it's Monday the 1st of April, year of our Lord, 2024.
Well, it was a crazy weekend, wasn't it?
I don't have to come up with any April Fool's joke.
The whole weekend was April Fool's brought to you by Biden and the media, and we're going to talk about that, but I'm not going to begin with that.
I'm going to begin with the church mocking Christ.
Not Biden and the Democrats, but the church.
Making a mockery of Christ.
And I mean it literally.
It truly is amazing to watch where the church has become here.
Even as we've got desperate billionaires who are building bunkers and trying to invent tech for eternal life, we hold these truths and we keep them secret because we're ashamed of them.
Or we want to entertain people to get them to come.
We're also going to talk about what's going on with the bridge, what's going on with the pandemic.
Big Pharma joining with AI to predict people that have vaccine hesitancy.
They can identify you with that.
We'll be right back. You know, my son saw this thing with Biden declaring Easter Sunday, and we prefer to call it Resurrection Sunday because there's a lot of stuff that's tied up with Easter.
You know, Easter and the bunnies and the eggs and all this, the fertility rites of pagan cultures and that type of thing.
But we prefer Resurrection Sunday so people understand what it's about.
But, you know, you've got some churches, as I pointed out last week, don't like to talk about resurrection.
You've got the Washington Post, and I'd already seen this.
Washington Post does this article, again, trying to get some traction out of this bloodbath, misconstruing the comments of Trump about the auto industry when he's talking about a bloodbath.
It's like, oh, he wants a civil war.
Well, he probably does, but that was not what he was talking about there.
But nevertheless, you know, they tried to expand that.
It's like, what is this thing with Christians and blood?
Well, you got churches that are afraid to tell them.
They want people to come in.
Come in. We'll entertain you, right?
And so when I saw this about Biden, it didn't make me mad.
I was just astonished that he would do something so amazingly stupid from a political standpoint, certainly.
He had already made the liberals angry with him because he was starting to pull back from some of the things that they'd put out there.
They said, oh, look, the House and this recent bill that was signed by Biden got rid of this DEI group that was in the House of Representatives.
Oh, this is really bad. That's what they're talking about the day or so before that.
And so then he makes this declaration.
Perhaps that had something to do to prod him into that.
And also as part of that, you know, Mike Johnson, he doesn't care if we get drug into a war in Ukraine, into a nuclear war with Russia.
He's fine with that now.
As soon as they made him speaker, he lost all resistance to Ukraine.
He never supported the Ukrainian war before, but now he's all for it.
So he doesn't care if we get involved in a nuclear war, but let's take down those pride flags at the embassies and everything.
And so that was put in there.
As they removed the prohibition against CBDC, as they removed the protection against prohibition of cash, that got pulled out, but they stuck in the pride flag thing there so he could play his little political games there.
You talk about insanity that's going on back and forth.
It's like capture the flag stuff between the Republicans and Democrats.
Who's got the tranny flag?
Do the Democrats have it?
Are they going to wave it? Are the Republicans going to take it and take it down?
It's childish what's going on.
But when I saw it, it was like the story that I had about Corrie ten Boom and her sister when they were taken to the Nazi concentration camp where her older sister died.
There was a Nazi guard that was beating somebody there.
Severely. And Corrie ten Boom said, oh, the poor thing.
And she says, yes, isn't it hard?
And she said, I realized my sister was talking about the guard.
And when you look at Biden, you ought to pity him.
Seriously, you ought to pity him.
This is a man who is literally circling the drain of life.
You know, he is one stumble away from eternity.
Sinners in the hand of an angry guy, Jonathan Edwards.
You know, your foot is there and your foot may slide, especially.
But, you know, we're all there.
We're all one side. None of us are guaranteed the rest of the day, let alone tomorrow.
None of us, at any age.
But when you get an advanced age like that, there's a whole other thing that kicks in there.
But he's not worried about that.
Instead, he's going to play these political games.
That's how desperate he is. And I think we ought to be really, we ought to get down on our knees and thank God that he has worked in our life.
So the most important thing in our life is not our career, our money, a position of power and influence like it is with Hillary, like it is with Biden, like it is with Trump.
These people are so pathetic.
They're caricatures. And it really is sad when you look at it.
I mean, you know, I know they're doing things to make our life miserable.
I know they're doing things that kill us.
I know they could start nuclear wars.
I know they did a mass bioweapon injection against all of us.
They're very dangerous.
But individually, they're pathetic.
And we really should pity them.
And I would just say this, you know, with all of the rage in conservative media about this stuff, oh, look, he's got a tranny day on Easter Sunday.
Nothing can separate us from the love of Christ if we're Christians.
Nothing. Not Biden, not Trump, not life, not death.
No government can do that.
You take a look at the Christians that are operating in China.
Nothing can separate them from the love of God.
So... One of the things we should have learned from 2020 and 2021 and so forth, we should have learned that nothing can stop us in that relationship.
Nothing can come between you and Christ because you're in crisis.
And from your standpoint, you should be fearless and you should not be afraid to meet in a church, even if Trump says you can't.
You should not be afraid to stand close to somebody, to take off your mask and smile at them, to sing out loud.
That was the most dangerous thing that you could do, according to the CDC and NPR was pushing it and all the mainstream media.
Worst thing you could do, go to church and sing.
Can't do that. They can't stop you from doing that.
And if they try to do it, Our response is to do what Daniel did and defiantly do it in their face.
Flaunt it at them.
And say, do your worst.
I don't care. Instead, we have a church that is so afraid.
We have to be so politically correct about everything.
We've got the seeker-friendly movement that has canceled itself before the cancel culture even started.
And so, we should have learned that lesson.
We're listening in many cases to people like Todd Friel.
You know, you've got the Christians out there who are just, oh, it's just not loving if we don't embrace trainees and everybody else.
And that's not true either.
And we're going to talk about that.
But, you know, when you've got the other side, the law and order, conservative side, kind of represented by Todd Friel, who in August of 2021, After a year of lockdowns and superstitions and, you know, don't step on a crack, you'll break your mother's back, stay six feet apart, pat your tummy and, you know, pat your head and rub your tummy and all this other kind of stuff.
I mean, it was ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous.
And as we were on the cusp, and everybody knew it, on the cusp of vaccine mandates, And he stayed on YouTube because he didn't use the word vaccine.
You know, he said, that thing that they're going to put out there.
Well, I know it's kind of dangerous, maybe, and, you know, you may not like it, but if the government tells you to put pinwheels on your head, you've got to put pinwheels on your head as a Christian.
It's like, no, you don't. I've called him pinwheel-friel ever since then.
You don't have to put pinwheels on your head.
You don't have to stay out of church.
You don't have to inject something into your body.
That's the product of abortions and Nazi science that hasn't been tested.
That's a genetic code injection.
You don't have to do any of that stuff, and you ought to reject these people who deceived you and never repented.
Does he still not know?
Did he not know after a year that the government had no authority?
We're going to have Matt Trujillo spoke to the Wisconsin legislature, and I've got a clip.
Where he spoke about abortion.
And there's a contentious back and forth between him and one of the people on the committee that he spoke to.
She objected to the term murder when talking about the murder of babies.
Abortion. I'll let you see how that played out.
The weak, fearful church is why we got Washington Post writing these articles fantasizing about blood this and blood that.
What is it? Well, they have that problem because nobody has the courage to tell them.
Second thing is, when we look at trannies, just understand it's tyranny misspelled.
It's not just they don't know their gender.
These people can't spell.
The way they spell tyranny is tranny.
Because that's how it's being used, folks.
This is Orwell's 2 plus 2 equals 5.
Dressed up like brave new world degeneracy and sexual license.
That's what it is.
It's Marxism.
Dressed up in a Masters and Johnson sex costume.
That's what the training movement is.
It is the tip of the spear in this Marxist struggle session, persecution that is coming.
The trainees are the tip of the spear.
And I'll show you how we know that.
And how politically connected it is.
You don't believe. I'm going to read you the holidays that they've set up for this LGBT stuff.
And you could look at this and say, wow, these people are really politically connected.
Not really. They don't have a big voting block.
They don't have a lot of money.
No, this is a spear, a weapon being used to prod us.
Being used as a tool of social construct.
They're not doing this to appease the LGBT people.
They're useful idiots. They're using this to push their Marxism.
And so it really is Orwellian tyranny.
Two plus two equals five, dressed up in this brave new world hedonism.
And the third thing is, just as Pogo said, We have met the enemy, and he is us.
We're our own worst enemies.
As Christians, as people who want liberty, Christians should understand liberty is a blessing from God.
Why are things going so bad in our country?
Why is a church so ineffectual?
You know, I don't see anybody writing any responses that To this Washington Post silly article.
Widely featured. Washington Post is well known in mainstream media.
It's like the mainstream of the mainstream.
Gets featured on Drudge.
And I'm looking at this and it's like, wow.
These people are looking and it's like, what is this Christian culture I've heard of?
I have no idea what this is.
But let me show you the worst...
Of the worst. And I say, we've met the enemy, and he is us.
This is a church that is in...
Let me see where this is.
This is in Winnipeg.
They call this Church of the Rock.
And the guy who runs it is Mark Hughes.
And this is what they did for Easter.
They had Batman crucified.
Yeah, that's right. It's like a bad high school play.
They're mixing their metaphors here.
They had Jack Daniels sign in the middle of that.
Yes.
I'm ready to start buying no child no.
Hey!
Credit where credit is due, Robin.
A sinner she may be, but unattractive she's not.
You'll know more about that in a couple years, old chum.
Man's strength sure is good, oh-oh-oh Really got wild, yeah But in his time, oh-oh-oh You are the Bruce, son of the Waynes.
Billionaire and sole heir to the Wayne fortune.
Precisely, Robin, Boy Wonder.
Flesh and blood have not revealed this to you, but my butler Alfred...
Holy Cape Crusader!
You're right! Take him over there!
String him up! Woo-hoo-hoo!
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
Yeah. So, you know, if Saturday Night Live had done something like that, you'd have a lot of Christians be up in arms.
They ought to be up in arms about that.
Now, Flesh and Blood's not revealed this to you, but my butler has.
You know, holy whatever.
This is pathetic. And there's a quote in this article, quoting Charles Spurgeon, who is a famous Victorian-era preacher in London.
Spurgeon said, A time will come when instead of shepherds feeding the sheep, the church will have clowns entertaining the goats.
Amateur night. And this is like some kind of a high school play.
These are people who... Evidently never grew up and never moved on from their aspirations to be a performer on stage.
Is it any wonder that the world looks at Christianity and laughs at it?
We've become a mockery.
And these other churches, as I talked about last week, Stephen Furtick, he's got a big church, like 30,000-something people in North Carolina.
He doesn't want to talk about what Resurrection Sunday is.
Don't even use that word. Let's call it Easter.
You know, we'll make Easter bunnies and...
And eggs and things like that.
Let's not talk about any of that.
Let's talk about the Easter Batman or the rest of this.
And again, I talked about this yesterday.
You know, we're not going to talk about resurrection.
We're not going to talk about Calvary.
We're not going to talk about the blood of Jesus.
That's one of the reasons why Washington Post says, what's this about blood?
Well, because you've got the big mega churches.
Don't want to say anything to them.
And then you've got Trump and his MAGA church.
That are going to use this for political purposes, right?
Everybody's got some angle that they want to use it with.
So, yeah, it truly is pathetic.
Now, these churches, they call them seeker-friendly because they don't want to offend anybody by using some term that somebody might not understand.
Well, how are they going to know this unless you tell them?
Right? Well, they're not going to tell them.
It's a secret. Don't tell anybody what's going on with this.
When I think about how I'm going to talk about Easter, I'm thinking about how I'm going to talk to people far from God, because that's the thing that matters most to us.
You see, if it's up to you to persuade people, well, then you've got to try all kinds of marketing tools, don't you?
You've got to try to entertain them with Batman and Robin and all the rest of this stuff.
No, the gospel is really just about proclaiming it.
You just proclaim the truth.
God's the one who opens hearts and ears and eyes, or he doesn't.
And you leave it to him, but you proclaim it.
You're certainly ready to answer any questions and try to make it understandable.
But this whole idea to think that I have to persuade somebody, well, that just makes people all the more skittish about saying what's true.
It truly is a perversion, and we've seen the fruit of it, just like we've seen the fruit of this prosperity gospel, and it ends up with something like we just saw this Resurrection Sunday here.
It truly is amazing.
And it all stands in the face.
God says, in Isaiah, there's no one who seeks God.
We've all turned our own way.
We've all gone astray. So there's not any seekers out there.
God's not lost.
You're just not looking for Him.
And they're not hearing about Him either.
I'm putting a lot of my focus, energy, time, resources towards what I would call the cold audience, people far from God.
No, he's not far from any of us, actually.
I'm not going to say the word cavalry, not going to say the word resurrection, not going to say the blood of Jesus, not going to say any of these words.
Because I don't want people to feel like an outsider.
We don't want the church to be any different than the rest of the world.
And guess what? It's not. We've just got a bunch of amateur entertainers.
That's what's there.
And then you've got people who are invited to, you know, Southern Baptists.
Some of the most conservative of the Christian denominations out there.
And you've got the Southern Baptist Conference in 2023, last year.
I had a speaker there who is promoting LGBT. As recently as 2019, at least, they didn't do any due diligence.
Rachel Gilson, self-described same-sex attracted woman, spoke at the Southern Baptist Convention's Women's Conference in 2023.
She appeared in a promo video released by Preston Sprinkle Center for Faith, Sexuality, and Gender.
Why are they putting those three together?
The video portrays God as perfectly accepting of homosexual and transgender lifestyles devoid of any true repentance.
You know, Jesus ate with sinners and prostitutes, even tax collectors.
But, you know, these are people who he called to repent to change.
And when we talk about a convert, that literally means that you've turned with.
You've turned from what you were doing, and you've turned with God.
Because God is the one who defines what's right and wrong.
And you're either in rebellion with him or you have turned with him.
There's no intermediate stage here.
And so back in 2019, she was saying things like a gay married couple who come to Christ can stay together because God hates divorce.
Well, he hates disobedience of any kind.
Certainly does hate divorce.
She's been closely associated with another former crew leader, which I think is kind of interesting in and of itself.
When I was growing up, they had Campus Crusade for Christ.
I was never involved in it, but I was always aware of it.
But they don't want to use the term crusade anymore.
And they don't want to use the term Christ anymore.
So they call themselves CRU. CRU. Isn't that clever?
It just shows how they have been cowed into submission by the culture.
Can't say crusade. People get upset about that.
So he boasted about his experience dancing at a gay bar, said it felt like heaven.
He said, and then put forward this tweet from her.
But she speaks of the Southern Baptist Convention.
When you create these things like conventions and denominations and all these different institutions, we see this everywhere.
Don't we? Haven't you seen this everywhere whether you're talking about education or government or business or anything?
Haven't all the big institutions been taken over?
How is that possible?
Somebody asked me that once.
How is it possible that all the big institutions have been taken over?
Well, I think we know why.
We know who the God of this world is.
He hands it over. That's the danger.
When you create these institutions and you centrally control things, that was not God's plan for the church.
God's plan for the church was to organize individual churches like terrorist cells.
Because we're on the offense.
We're not supposed to hide out.
But you have autonomous individual cells out there, which is a way that you would organize an underground resistance, which is what we are.
And we're going to be that literally before too much longer when you look at how the church has failed and how the persecution is coming.
One more. A woman pastor claims that names in the Bible have been changed to hide all the female apostles.
She's got a conspiracy theory.
She's got absolutely no proof, but she's got a conspiracy theory about all that stuff.
And she's in the Pacific Coast Church on the left coast there.
And so this article that I mentioned from Washington Post, here's the headline.
The ancient volatile Christian ideas behind Trump's obsession with blood.
Now, Trump is not, see, this is the thing, and this is why we've got to speak against this.
Trump does not represent Christians.
He does not represent Christ.
He does not represent Christianity.
He is completely apostate.
He is opposed to Christ.
He is anti-Christ, at least with a small A. It may not be the capital A, anti-Christ.
But he is anti-Christ.
He's oppositional to everything that Christ is about.
Everything. And yet, the left would love to group us all together.
And I'm going to resist this as much as I can.
I'm not going to go along.
You're not going to put me in the same cattle car with him on the way to the prison camp if I got anything to say about it.
But can you blame Washington Post?
But nobody explains any of this stuff.
The churches are playing Batman, you know, on stage.
And so he begins this thing talking about Lil Nas X and his Satan shoes that have a drop of blood in them or something like that, you know, and he made 666 pairs of them.
And they got one of them at the J. Paul Getty Museum Exhibition.
Evidently, this guy who writes for the Washington Post, Went there and he got inspired.
He thought, oh, okay, Lil Nas has got that.
And it seems like I hear something about Christians talking about blood.
And Trump is just talking about a bloodbath, you know, talking about the automobile industry.
So this must all be connected in some way.
He writes this long article.
I've never seen anything dumber or more clueless and yet featured by the Drudge Report, featured by the Washington Post.
He says ideas about blood were fundamental to almost every aspect of medieval life.
And so, you know, he talks about the Roman Catholic teaching of, you know, transformation into blood, which we don't believe that's—many of us Protestants do not believe that.
But nevertheless, as he says, Christianity is a particularly blood-obsessed religion, is the way he portrays it.
And he goes back to the beginning of the Bible, the Old Testament, the plagues of Egypt— You had Moses turn the water to blood and so forth.
The Nile. This guy's in denial.
It goes back even before then, pal.
It goes back to the Garden of Eden.
The life is in the blood.
And the penalty of rebellion to God is death.
That's what Easter's all about, or Resurrection Sunday.
It's the fact that we all stand condemned before God.
We've all committed cosmic treason, if you will.
Far worse than January the 6th.
And so as a result, you know, going back to Genesis, animals killed, God takes the skins from that animal and gives it to them for cover.
And through Mosaic Law, people would take the lives of animals.
To pay for sin.
You would have for Passover, you'd bring in a young lamb and you'd live with it for several days.
Because they're very cute and you get attached to them.
This living thing that's very cute and you have to kill it.
And eat it at the end of that time.
That's a hard lesson for kids to learn.
And it was about the importance and the severity of sin.
And that was what Resurrection Sunday was about.
It was about God sending His Son out of love to die for us.
That message is completely lost.
The most basic fundamental tenets.
Because we've got churches in Boston, as I mentioned last week, demanding billions of dollars.
Black churches demanding billions of dollars from white churches.
Well, these black churches must be led by people who've never even opened.
They're like Trump. They've never even opened a Bible to look at it.
Reparation. That's what Christ did.
And they won't accept that.
No, no, I'm not going to forgive you.
You even didn't do this.
You didn't do this. It was your ancestor did it 200 years ago.
But you're going to have to pay me because I've got this unforgiving spirit, this grudge.
That is antithetical to everything that is Christian.
It truly is amazing.
But we have nobody to blame but ourselves because we don't get that information out there.
And so then they go in and they talk about, you know, Trump and his comments about Megyn Kelly and blood and about the automobile bloodbath and all the rest of the stuff to try to tie it together.
It's the most juvenile piece I've ever seen anywhere.
Even for the Washington Post.
I mean, it is absolutely...
But nobody talks about it.
Instead, you got Charlie Kirk...
Gets on a stage somewhere, and he says that seminaries produce weak beta males, overly feminine pastors.
Well, like, I understand what's happened to colleges, and I understand what's happened to most of the seminaries, even.
But even Charlie Kirk leaves some exceptions for colleges.
He talks about, he says, well, all the colleges are like that as well, except for Hillsdale and one or two others.
Well, would you allow that there might be some exceptions for seminaries as well?
Understand, as I said before, that our institutions have been taken over, haven't they?
By the radical left.
They've all been radicalized.
They've all been moved into a Marxist position.
Without a doubt, that's true of the seminaries, especially.
Especially true. I agree with him for that.
And yet, this guy...
Who is so harsh, so unforgiving for seminaries.
Who sees no value in them at all.
I mean, perhaps if you went to a seminary, you might have something to talk about rather than putting on a Batman play for Easter and having Batman crucified.
You might actually have some insights or education about something to talk about.
He says these seminaries, also known as cemeteries, are one of the most destructive influences on American Christian life.
Well, the head rots from the top down, doesn't it?
But instead, what he does is he goes on the reawakened tour.
Yes, Charlie Kirk went on the reawakened tour.
We had Julie Green with her continual stream of false prophecies about Trump.
And you had Michael Flynn leading plagiarized, plagiarized, verbatim plagiarized prayers.
This female cultist in the 1980s, Elizabeth Clare Prophet.
Plagiarize pagan prayers to an ascended master.
And he's got everybody in this, you know, all the MAGA sheep are joining along in this prayer.
This is what he hangs out with?
Well, you know, if you're going to talk about reform, Charlie, it begins at home, doesn't it?
And so let's talk about what it looks like.
Are we... A large part of this pushback in this culture war, a large part of what they're doing with Christian nationalism, is trying to shame us more and to try to marginalize us, to ostracize us, to tell us that we're not allowed to even speak into public life.
I understand that there are a lot of churches, and many of them now have gone way off to the left.
They wanted to get involved in politics, and for them...
You know, the church became social reform and social causes and all the rest of the stuff.
Just like for other people on the right, they have other issues.
And you can make your church all about abortion and nothing else if you're not careful.
But that doesn't mean that you have to avoid that topic.
You have to keep things balanced.
And if the church doesn't speak into what is right and wrong, who will do it?
Well, the answer is no one will.
It's not going to happen if we don't do it.
And so we should not allow them to put a gag on us because they label us as being Trump supporters or because they put a label on us and call us Christian nationalists or whatever.
I have nothing to do with Reawaken America.
I have nothing to do with Michael Flynn or Julie Green or Donald Trump.
I denounce them completely.
Their works are corrupt.
Fallen works. It's idolatrous.
It's disgusting.
It's an abomination. But there are things that we need to do.
And we should not be afraid to stand up for what is right.
We should be helping to construct a better society.
As I've said before, you can't win a culture war if you don't have a culture.
You can't win a spiritual war if you're not going to fight any of this stuff.
If you're going to stand back and do nothing.
And so I want to play for you.
What Matt Trujillo did, he went to the Wisconsin State Assembly, and he spoke there, and there was a person who was part of that committee, took a lot of exception to the fact that he's talking about murder.
I think that there's a role for the church and the public.
I think you can stand firm on principle, and you need to stand firm on principle.
And I think you can do that without compromising the gospel as well.
Here's Matt Trujillo. Matthew Chuella, I pastor Mercy C. Christian Church, and speaking on behalf of Missionaries to the Preborn, thankful to be here this afternoon to address this introduced bill, AB 975, which conspires to murder the innocent.
For nearly 50 years, the Republican Party here in Wisconsin hid behind the Supreme Court and Roe v.
Wade, stating that, we are against abortion, but the Supreme Court has ruled, and all we can do is obey.
And that's a lie.
as judicial supremacy has always been a lie.
Yes.
A lie which has caused much evil to be brought into our land.
It was all your duty, all those 50 years, to defy the federal judiciary and stop the evil here in our state.
It's called the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate.
You can learn more at defytyrants.com.
It is also, just as if another branch here in our state government says you can murder people, your duty to interpose and check that branch and not allow the people to be Stand against the evil the other branch is doing.
When the Dobbs opinion came down, I told people that the Republicans can no longer hide behind SCOTUS. Their evil will be exposed.
They will take action.
They will take action to murder the pre-born.
And here we are.
And how ironic that we're here on January 22nd, the anniversary of the infamous Roe v.
Wade decision itself.
The very day the court opinion that oversaw the slaughter of more than 60 million people, the Republicans have gathered to produce a law that slaughters the pre-born people.
Planned Parenthood has been flouting Wisconsin's statutes since September.
No proclamation from this lawful body.
Certainly none from the 40 who signed on to this bill denouncing this flouting of Wisconsin law.
No proclamation.
No declaration against it.
No condemnation of the blood being shed in our state.
And in their madness, these 40 Republicans signed on to this bill I want it to be a referendum and foist it upon the people to vote on it.
Why? So you can wash your hands of the innocent blood of those you conspire to murder.
But your hands will not be washed.
They are covered with blood, as is the hands of every Wisconsinite.
And you cannot wash your hands of the blood that is on them.
By handing the pre-born over to the mob, we live in a republic, not a democracy.
And no majority of people should be able to vote to murder other people.
Ever. Your duty is to govern according to his rule.
And his law states you shall not murder.
Hold on a minute. So I'll make a point of order here.
We have heard this individual, along with some others, talking about murder.
Murder has a very clear definition under our law.
That's why our abortion statute is under our homicide statutes.
We are here in a committee hearing where law reigns.
And so I would ask that you ask folks to refer to what is safe and legal medical care as murder again and again and again.
Thank you. Hold on.
Unless they were referring to a direct individual as murder, I'm going to allow, because we're hearing both sides of the argument.
We heard plenty earlier.
We're going to listen to what they have to say.
So unless... Whoa, whoa, whoa.
You're close to getting kicked out of here, so...
I'm sorry, but you did just do that.
That was the person before me, if you would have been paying attention.
Your duty is to govern according to God's rule, and His law states you shall not murder.
As William Blackstone, the most cited legal scholar by America's founders, said, no human laws should be suffered which contradict God's law.
The psalmist asks the Lord, Shall the throne of iniquity, which devises evil by law, have fellowship with you, O Lord?
They gather together against the life of the righteous and condemn innocent blood.
Evil devised by law is a throne of iniquity.
That is what this lawful body, the Wisconsin legislature, is attempting to do.
Devise evil by law.
And so the prophet Isaiah, and I close with this, speaks to men who behave as the 40 Republicans on this bill are behaving, and states their works are works of iniquity and the act of violence is in their hands.
Their feet run to evil and they make haste to shed innocent blood.
Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity.
Wasting and destruction are in their paths.
The way of peace they have not known and there is no justice in their ways, says the Lord.
Do your duty regarding this bill committee and kill it.
It is a work of iniquity.
Do we have any questions from committee members?
That's right. But instead of killing the bill, they will kill children.
Kill children at 14 weeks of age or older.
That's what this bill is about.
And as he pointed out, when she objected to the use of the term murder, he said, that's why we have abortion under the homicide statutes.
And so, again, his book is The Doctrine of Lesser Magistrates.
I've had Matt on several times.
Great book. Very compelling.
Short read. Talks about the history and both religion as well as secular history of the doctrine of the lesser magistrates.
As a matter of fact, he begins with an example from the Roman Empire.
This is about a broader issue of justice, and we need to speak into that.
Now, you can find that at defytirrants.com.
But again, it really caught me at the beginning of that because he began talking.
He said exactly the same thing I have said for the longest time.
I was absolutely amazed when they came through with the Dobbs decision because they'd been saying, this is all based on the idea of judicial supremacy.
The state of Texas with Roe v.
Wade should have said, well, the court's made its decision.
We'll see them enforce it the same way that Andrew Jackson said that.
They don't have the legal authority to do that, whether the policy is right or wrong.
Jackson's policy was wrong.
Stopping the murder of children.
Jackson's policy was relocation of the Cherokee, but stopping the murder of children is right.
Either way, the state has that authority.
And we need to push back against judicial supremacy.
And I was surprised that the Supreme Court did that.
I never thought they would. I said many times, they keep holding this because this is a linchpin to their authority.
Dobbs, Roe v.
Wade, rather, was a key thing for them to establish judicial supremacy.
I was very surprised that it happened.
But nevertheless, Matt writes this article, Restortion of Love.
And the proliferation of evil in America.
Where do we draw the line? Is it unloving to point out evil?
Is it unloving to not wear your mask, to not get a jab, and all the rest of this stuff?
We've been told all kinds of things about what is unloving.
We've been told all kinds of lies from Christian leaders about what love is.
He said if you study the history of man, he's been adept at defining and redefining love in some way other than how the Lord defines love in the Holy Scripture.
And sadly, American Christianity has adopted to a great extent the world's view and definition of love.
If someone is offended by what you say, that is viewed as not being loving.
In fact, that is the paramount tenet of this definition of love by our society.
To not accommodate yourself to whatever someone wants to be, or to whatever someone wants to do, is the greatest sin.
Because love accommodates everyone, no matter what they do.
Is that really true?
You know, if you disagree with me, well then, you know, you can speak against it, as long as we have free speech, but of course that's disappearing.
But this is the whole basis of Of the hate speech laws.
And this is the basis of the slide into the abyss that our society is going through.
Because, you know, this is the love and hate thing.
Makes me think about that movie.
I can't remember the name of it.
It's Cape Fear. Cape Fear.
The criminal he had tattooed on his two fists in between his knuckles.
Love and hate. And those are the fists that they've been beating us with, isn't it?
You know, first it's unloving.
Oh, then it's hate. And either way, you know, the MacGuffin says, we've got to take your free speech.
We've got to take your free exercise of religion.
We have to take all the rest of the stuff.
You may not agree with what I'm doing, but you have to understand that not everybody says the things that they say out of love.
Many of them are legalistic.
They could be wrong as well.
But nevertheless, a lot of Christians are saying the things that they're saying out of love, out of concern for somebody.
We don't try to coerce you, but we must warn you about that.
So he says, distortion is the action of giving a misleading account or an impression, and that is what American society and American Christianity have done to love.
They dispel, they dispense the misleading accounts or impressions of love.
Under the guise and proffering of love, we've hid ourselves from confronting evil.
Under the guise and the proffering of love, we have decided to stand still, off to the side, and let evil proliferate.
As Tolkien asks in The Hobbit, when did we allow evil to be stronger than us?
Or another way of saying it, how did we allow evil to become so strong?
Well, this is how. Many view resistance to evil as unloving.
This is the presupposition that fuels the ability for evil to proliferate in the land.
And it is taught by the bulk mass of pulpits in America.
We talk about the schools being a problem.
Yeah, we've met the enemy, and he is us, isn't he?
True biblical love does not legitimize silence in the face of evil.
In fact, love most often demands confrontation with evil, taking the evil to task in the right way.
Evil must be spoken against, and it must have action taken against it.
I have people... Get angry with me all the time.
You need to leave Trump alone.
This poor guy, look at this. He's got all these legal problems.
They stole the election from him, and now they're trying to put him in jail and take all of his money, his big hoard of cash that he's got.
He's been his whole life accumulating this vast wealth, and they're trying to take it from him.
Probably be the best thing that ever happened to him, frankly.
Maybe Trump would have a come-to-Jesus moment if he lost everything.
Certainly made a difference in my life, I gotta say that.
But, you know, it's not a loving thing to watch Trump or anybody else poison people, is it?
And to stand still. Or to tell people, you gotta put a pinwheel on your head and a needle in your arm.
No, I'm not going to do that. And I'm not going to cut him any slack as long as he's equivalent, like I said before.
Some people criticize me.
Oh, you've got to get over Trump.
You've got to forgive him. You've got to move on.
Look, he's still up on the rooftop shooting people with his vaccines.
Still bragging about that.
Bragging about how he hurried on the FDA to approve all this stuff.
Well, why didn't he hurry on the FDA and let them approve HCQ or ivermectin, which were already approved?
It was just doctors using them in an off-label way, which had always been supported.
And yet, that was criminalized under Trump.
And he did nothing to stop it.
But he pressured the FDA to put out his jab.
We wouldn't pressure them to do ivermectin.
As a matter of fact, as I've said before, he should have manufactured HCQ and ivermectin.
Wouldn't have cost him anything.
And hand that out for free.
They handed out PCR tests for free to everybody.
Here's your home test.
It ships with a positive indicator in it, in many cases, so they can get their numbers up.
It was all rigged.
He didn't do anything for anybody's health.
Even his discussion of it was designed to subvert it.
But yeah, when somebody is continually doing something like that, you must speak out against it.
You've got to try to stop this.
You know, it's like the people in New York, and now it's happened everywhere, where there'd be someone who'd be beaten, and everybody would just stand around and do nothing.
Now they pull out their phones and they put it up.
Oh, this would be a great viral video, but they do nothing to help anybody.
And that's what we have become in this country.
Biblical love has limits.
How do we know love has limits?
Because the scripture says so.
1 John 2 says, do not love the world or the things in the world.
It's right there. Do not love it.
So, love has limits.
Love is not how the world has defined it, as all accommodating to whatever someone wants to be or wants to do.
Psalm 97 says, you who love the Lord hate evil.
Love is not all accommodating.
No one is called by Scripture to love evil.
The Scriptures call upon us to do the exact opposite.
We are to hate evil.
And that's going to get us in jail in Florida and in South Dakota where the Republican legislatures have started passing hate speech.
There should never be anything as hate speech.
In a free country, there is no such thing as hate speech.
Hate speech is the path to tyranny.
We are to resist evil by how we conduct our lives and by the proclamation of his word and his law in our mouths.
The prophets confronted the evil of child sacrifice.
The prophets confronted the evil of idolatry.
John the Baptist confronted the evil of Herod.
How was that? He got his head handed to him, basically.
To say we should never resist evil becomes an evil in itself.
As such teaching proliferates evil in the land.
To say that we should not resist evil is what is unloving.
To say we should never resist evil becomes a treason against God and a betrayal of a neighbor.
Now I'm putting this here as a preface to what I'm going to talk about with the police state.
We've got the FBI going around, interviewing people over Facebook posts.
Oh yeah, we're going to scrutinize what you say.
If we think that there's some evil intention in there, we're going to have to pull you down to headquarters and talk to you about it.
All of this stuff is rolling out globally through all of what we used to call Western civilization.
We've lost the distinction of East and West.
Everything is under global governance now, and that global governance demands that they control what we have to say, that they inspect everything that we do.
So we're going to get to that police state stuff here in a minute.
Is it proper to, in the name of love, not to resist evil, to betray the weak to the wicked?
In the name of love, to not resist evil, but instead stand by while children have their genitals mutilated, their minds corrupted?
To stand by while children are ripped limb from limb?
It is precisely love which compels us to resist evil.
The two are not at odds with each other, as American Christianity and American society would have you believe.
We understand that confronting and opposing evil are acts of love in themselves.
Love for God, love for neighbor, are precisely what motivates and compels us to resist evil when it raises its ugly head.
Our hatred for evil also compels us.
We cannot sit by an indifference, blindly chalking it up to our prophecy charts.
You hear that? Well, yeah, we've got prophecy charts.
The world's going to end, and it's good because everything is going to hell in a handbasket real quickly.
I'm going to get helicoptered out of here.
No. No.
You know, whatever you think about the end of the world, God has made it very clear how you are to live on a day-to-day basis.
I've mentioned it before. Martin Luther said, he said, if I knew the world was going to end tomorrow, I'd plant a tree today.
Why? Well, because planting a tree is a good thing, right?
He didn't say that. That's my commentary on it.
But you're here to build.
You're here to do good.
And let God worry about the end of the world.
You don't know that day anyway.
He says, all these things are used to justify indifference.
We are bothered when we see his law or word being impugned by men or the governments of men, and we must speak and act.
And we can't do anything else.
So when we come back, we're going to take a look at the politics behind what Biden did as he laid that massive Easter egg.
And we're going to take a quick break here.
And I just want to say, again, this was really on my heart to talk about this today.
But I really do thank Guard Goldsmith for doing the show last week on Thursday and Friday.
I really needed the rest.
And it was great to have that.
And I know that it's such a hard thing for Guard because he continues his other shows at the same time.
I mean, he does this three-hour show.
Then he does his Liberty Conspiracy on Rockfin.
He works for MRCTV. He also is writing and all the rest of this stuff.
I don't know how the guy does it, but he wants to do it.
So I'm grateful to have him do it.
Always does a great job.
We're going to take a quick break, and we will be right back.

This is a test.
So
of comment again you're listening to the David night show
let's talk a little bit about Biden and why he did such a boneheaded thing night.
Is the purpose of this election between Biden and Trump the polarized society?
I think it is. I think it is.
I think that's part of it.
I think that, you know, they don't really care anymore how people vote.
I think they pretty much have control of the elections.
But just a day or so, the previous two days, there were articles in The Hill talking about how he had offended his base, as I said at the beginning of the program.
Advocates sound the alarm after the shuttering of the House office promoting DEI. They say diversity.
And so this is a day before this all happened.
Advocates of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs are sounding the alarm after a key department on Capitol Hill was dissolved amid backlash to the movement.
The House Office of Diversity and Inclusion was disbanded this week as part of the government spending bill passed earlier this month.
It is the latest blow to DEI. And the people were very upset about it in the Democrat Party.
Now supporters of DEI are sounding the alarm warning that the elimination of such programs and offices will roll back progress made when it comes to fighting discrimination in various areas of society, said The Hill.
Quote from Joyce Beattie, a Democrat from Ohio, said the elimination of the House Office of Diversity and Inclusion is a tremendous loss, not only for the U.S. House of Representatives, but for the advancement of equity and opportunity to America overall.
And so, you could look at this and say, well, is this a bone to his voters?
Again, on the same day, on Thursday, White House retreats on controversial transgender policy until after election because it's too political, they said.
Oh, really? And so then he reverses course and he does a very political statement on Resurrection Sunday.
Calling it a Trans Visibility Day.
President Biden's administration is reportedly halting its release of the Title IX rule that would require biological men to be allowed to compete in women's sports until after the election, due to the issue being unpopular with the majority of voters, said the Washington Post on Thursday.
This is what I've tried to get through to the MAGA supporters of Trump.
Well, he didn't do it. The governors did it.
Okay, well, look, Biden and Obama didn't put the trainees in the bathroom either.
It was the schools that did it.
Why did the schools do it? Because they wanted the money that he's going to give them.
They didn't want their money cut off.
It's the same reason that the governors did what they did.
There was an executive order of an emergency.
There was pressure. There was bribery.
There were all these things. That's how the federal government gets this done.
The Federal Reserve... With this ability to create money out of thin air, the fiat cash, is the essence of a dictatorship.
It's the essence that allows the president and even all of the federal government to rule by fiat.
You know, ruling by fiat means, whatever I say, it's a dictatorship, whatever I say.
But they rule literally by the fiat cash that is produced by the Federal Reserve.
The Department of Education released a proposed rule.
See how it works? You have rules from the bureaucracy, just as we did under Trump.
You have money released if those rules are followed or money withheld if they are not followed.
Trump did the same thing all these other guys.
He understands it because he says, hey, if they do such and such, I'm going to pull their money back.
He understands it. It's time that MAGA start to understand.
As one of the listeners pointed out, said, yeah, you know, you look at this.
The MAGA people, many of them, never involved in politics before.
And they came in to follow Trump.
And they still don't understand anything about politics.
They've never been observers. They don't understand how anything works.
He calls it a swamp.
Yeah, let's drain that.
They don't understand what the bureaucracy is, the deep state is.
They don't understand how authority for legislation has been abdicated by Congress, abdicated by all these congressmen who just kick it over to the bureaucracy, let them write the rules.
When Nancy Pelosi said, we've got to pass it, Obamacare, to find out what's in it.
No, what they do is they pass it and they pass it over to the bureaucracy to fill in the details.
But anyway, this new rule from the Department of Education in April 2023 prohibits students from joining sports teams that don't align with their biological sex.
I'm sorry, with bar schools from prohibiting that.
Double negative. So you've got to let people join these groups regardless of their biological sex.
I really do find this quite amusing, really.
The battle lines are drawn up.
You've got situations where men or males have been participating in female sports and injured.
The females that are there, coaches called and said, we're not going to do that anymore.
It's not even a question.
You have somebody who is, you know, way down the pack, had never had a chance of winning, and all of a sudden they're setting records in women's sports.
We were told when I was growing up that women were the equal of men.
That's what the ERA was all about.
That was what Bobby Riggs and Billie Jean King were all about.
They staged this thing to say that, you know, hey, and even with that, this guy was in his 40s, retired.
And he was taking on a tennis professional who was at her prime.
But, of course, there had been two other matches on either side of that from other people as well, where the male absolutely skunked the female in the competition.
But they never talked about that.
And that pushed forward this idea, well, here it is.
This is what you wanted. You got it now.
Here's your equality that you were demanding.
There's a physical difference.
And you know, these people, everything is about denying objective truth, physical reality.
It's all about that.
And yet, this physical reality is coming back to really bite people.
Anyway, folks close to Biden have made the political decision not to move on the athletics regulation pre-election, said an individual with the administration, said that to the Washington Post.
It seems to be too much of a hot topic.
So, how can they cool things off after they've offended some of their people?
By saying, well, you know, we don't want to really...
This is a losing election thing, putting boys in the girls' showers and locker rooms and girls' sports.
So, let's hold off on this until after the election.
But that's not good enough.
We've got to have it right now.
And so, he's got to do something.
So, let's elevate one of...
Let's give him a holiday here.
And this is by Jarvis Best on Twitter on X. He says a lot of people are upset with Biden for declaring Easter to be the Trans Day of Visibility, but to be fair, the date was selected only because the LGBT calendar is already pretty full.
He said the Trans Day of Visibility is March 31st, but don't confuse this with the Trans Day of Remembrance, which is November 20th.
We also have to take care to honor the Transgender Parent Day.
November the 6th. Or the Trans Awareness Week.
November 13th through 19th.
And then there's International Pronoun Day.
And this trans is distinct from drag.
International Drag Day is July 16th.
But not everybody even has a gender that they can trans.
So you have a Pride Day for people who call themselves agender.
You know, like agender.
Like atheist. You know, no god.
These are people who have no gender, they say.
So they've got a day. They've got a Pride Day, as a matter of fact.
And then there is an Intersex Awareness Day, October 26th.
Then there's National Coming Out Day, October 11th.
Omnisexual Visibility Day, July 6th.
Bisexual Awareness Week, September 22nd.
But that jumps right into Bisexual Visibility Day, September 23rd.
July 14th is International Non-Binary Day, right in the middle of Non-Binary Awareness Week.
In July. He said, my favorite, though, is Gay Uncle Day.
August the 14th.
Aromantic, folks. Here's this again, you know, like not aromantic, but like not that it smells.
These are not people who smell good or bad, but it is people who are not romantic.
Aromantic. He says there's a lot of different types of aromantic people, so they have to have an aromantic spectrum awareness week.
That's February 20th to 26th.
We missed that last week.
I forgot to celebrate that.
Asexuality is not the same as aromanticism, so it gets its own day on April 6th.
Then we have International Lesbian Visibility Day.
We have Harvey Milk Day.
We have Stonewall Riots Day.
Pansexuality, widely misunderstood.
So it gets several days. Pansexuality and Panromantic Visibility Day.
Don't forget Pansexual Pride Day.
Then Spirit Day, October 21st.
I can't remember what that's for, he says.
A lot of people confuse Pride Month, which is in June, with LGBT History Month, which is in October.
We must observe both, though, as well as Bisexual Health Awareness Month in March and Trans Awareness Month in November.
Human Rights Day is December the 10th.
World AIDS Day, December the 1st.
And then we have HIV Survivors Day, which is June 5th.
May 17th is International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia.
And don't be hateful on March 1st because that is Zero Discrimination Day.
So in sum, while Christians might be bent out of shape about Biden taking over Easter, you can see that his hands were tied.
To be frank, Christians were being a bit greedy demanding two days, Easter and Christmas.
By the way, Easter is not a federal holiday.
There's 12 states that take off Good Friday.
Easter always will fall on a Sunday.
There's 12 states that take off what's called Good Friday.
Four of them are states I've lived in.
Florida, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina.
But anyway, only 12 have it as a state holiday.
It is not a federal holiday.
So we didn't even get that.
Now, these other ones are not paid holidays either.
But they are recognized and declared.
You have declarations about all these things.
So you think Congress doesn't do anything.
You think they just send the money over to the bureaucracy and tell them to do the taxation without representation and the regulation without representation.
But that's not all they do.
They also vote on these special days.
So you're not really leaving enough days on the calendar for the powerless days.
And the marginalized people who never get enough attention.
That's Jarvis underscore best.
You find that on X. And so, when we look at this, as I said before, I don't think, this is not a big voting block.
It's getting bigger because they're grooming kids to be this way.
And that is exploding, the younger kids, because we're putting them in these government institutions of propaganda, And of grooming and of struggle sessions and all the rest of this stuff, these Marxist institutions.
They're changing the generations that way.
But right now, it's a small voting block.
And so he's not doing it for the votes.
He's doing it because he's using them.
Useful tools, useful idiots for their agenda to deconstruct society.
And that is the reality of what is happening here.
So what is Visibility Day that is so important?
Well, that's explained by USA Today.
It's a Transgender Day of Visibility.
The day explained and what it means for the trans community.
Trans Day of Visibility is all about trans joy.
Okay. Okay.
Well, it's about normalizing it.
It's about celebrating it.
And that's the very first paragraph.
Transgender Day of Visibility is a day to celebrate trans, non-binary, gender-expansive individuals.
I've said this for the longest time.
They have not demanded that we tolerate what they do.
They demand that we celebrate what they do.
That's never going to happen.
Toleration? Yes.
I don't expect somebody who is not a Christian to live by the rules that Christ has laid down.
I'll warn people about it.
I'm not going to try to compel people about that, and I don't expect them to live that way.
They have no reason to live that way.
They don't want to follow Christ.
And so I'm not going to try to impose any of that on anybody.
Again, I'll warn them about it because of what I believe is the consequence of that.
I'm not going to impose that on anybody, but they will impose on us that we must not just tolerate what they do that we don't agree with, but we must celebrate what they do.
And we must not only that, but in a Marxist struggle session way, We have to denounce those who think otherwise.
We have to denounce ourselves.
We have to denounce Christianity.
We have to denounce Christ.
Because that's part of the Marxist struggle session.
It's not enough just to live and let live.
No, you must go with the narrative and you must renounce everything else that could be in opposition to that.
And so, again, as I said before, when we look at Biden, we really should pity the man.
As Corrie Ten Boom's sister pitied the Nazi guard that was beating that woman.
Storing up wrath.
You know, Biden is beating the drum for rebellion.
But you know, the two of them are really...
Kind of icons for things that we as Christians, if you've been a Christian for any period of time, you have seen people of this type.
People both the type of Biden and of Trump.
You should have discernment about this.
Of course, Biden represents the person who is in full-on rebellion to God and is angry at anybody who would mention God or has any, talks about any rules or morality that comes from God.
He wants to oppose that directly into your face.
Trump, on the other hand, is kind of like the Joel Osteen prosperity pastor, the Elmer Gantry huckster with his Bibles and all this other kind of stuff.
He is the guy who is, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm really into that whole Christian thing and so forth, right?
These types of people, and there's many of them, they typically have giant churches, just like Trump has got a giant following, where they fleece the sheep and And where they become a reproach to the name of Christ.
And they typically have a harem of women where they are having affairs with them in their church.
When we see these big moral failures, it's typically like that.
It doesn't have to be a big church.
This can happen. This can be replicated on a small scale like that.
Who's more dangerous to you?
Is it the people for the freedom from religion that show up with their placards and their posters and their banners and all this kind of stuff protesting something?
Or is it somebody who comes in, kind of weaves their way in, and pretends to be one of you and actually is undermining and doing things in secret and all the rest of that stuff?
Who's more dangerous? This is what I've said about Trump all along.
At least the Democrats fly their flag, their pride flag, or whatever flag it is, their flag for war, their flag for censorship, their flag for oppression.
They fly their flag and you know what team they're on and they're going to come after you, that's for sure.
Or you can have the guy that says he's on your side and then stabs you in the back.
And he's got to get behind you before he can stab you in the back, right?
So that's really what these two guys are really about.
Politico says, Sunday marks both Easter and the Transgender Day of Visibility.
Cue up the culture war.
Well, it's really about trying to break people into groups, isn't it?
It's really queuing up a civil war, isn't it?
We should understand who these guys are.
We should understand they have different tactics.
They have the same goal, as we saw during 2020, the same globalist goal.
They work for the same groups of global governance.
As a matter of fact, I had somebody send me a thing about the World Health Organization treaty, pandemic treaty, and he had a very interesting insight, which I had not said to be, and I think it was a guy, I don't have the email here, I'd mentioned his name.
But yeah.
The listener who wrote this to me, he said, you know, when you have treaties, by definition, treaties are between different countries.
The World Health Organization is not a country.
How can we have a treaty with it?
Right? We have the Paris Climate Agreement.
They can call a treaty an agreement, an accord, whatever, just call it a treaty, whatever.
They have all these different synonyms that they can use for a treaty, but it's between different countries.
The Paris Climate Accord was a treaty between a lot of different countries.
But this World Health Organization pandemic treaty is not really an agreement.
I guess you could stretch it and say it's all these countries agreeing to put the World Health Organization in charge.
But I think that's a bit of a stretch, frankly.
But we understand that, in a sense, it is a government because it's one of the few visible branches of the nearly invisible world governance that is already in place.
It doesn't have a seat.
It doesn't have a Capitol building.
But the world governance, as I've said before, is all these different groups.
The Bilderberg Group and You know, the Davos Group, World Economic Forum, all these different ones.
You know, it is a distributed situation, right?
They're not dumb enough to put everything in one entity with a hierarchical structure that we can see.
Like I was saying before about the churches.
Now, you know, God designed them as independent selves, right?
Yes, they're connected.
They're connected in mission and purpose and all the rest of the stuff.
And there may be some other connections there.
But they don't have a rigid, top-down structure.
That allows for opposition.
That allows for corruption.
No, they have a distributed way.
Because, you know, they are on the attack, the globalists are.
And this global governance that is already in place, It was distributed with all these different organizations, but connected.
And they all marched in lockstep in 2020.
Trump with Trudeau. Doing the same things at the same time.
Can kids really consent to transgender procedures?
You know, this is the question that's being asked as people are looking at what happened in the UK as they're shutting down this massive center to harm children.
You know, we talk about Maturity, whether people are mature enough to make decisions.
We have parents and guardians have to sign off on things because it's always been understood that children don't have the capacity to make these kinds of judgments.
You see, folks, there is no such thing as children's rights.
We have to oppose that very premise.
Children's rights is a construct created by another UN program that The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, they have been using that as a bludgeon to destroy parents' authority.
So they can take the children.
And they've got a lot of different ways to do it.
And this grooming stuff, the pronoun stuff, it's now happening in our schools.
We never signed on to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The United States was the only country that didn't sign on to that.
Somalia might have been the other one, but I don't know if the interim with Somalia signed into that.
When I was working on this 15 years ago, it was just Somalia and the United States.
So I don't know what's happened to Somalia.
But I know that we didn't sign on to this thing.
But the problem 15 plus years ago was the fact that you had judges and things acting as if we were already a part of that, even though we had not signed on to that agreement.
And so now we have the schools doing it.
The schools are enforcing that with the grooming that is happening to kids.
But when you look at what happened in the U.K., As they summarize it, they said when they're shutting down Tavistock, the National Health Service on March the 12th confirmed that it would no longer routinely prescribe puberty blockers for children with gender dysphoria.
But many doctors have no qualms about such protocols, and they had files that leaked From the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.
You see, there's all these different international organizations.
They're all, you know, interconnected, same purpose, ultimately.
They're all moving, really, to the same end goal.
They have different MacGuffins.
But this WPATH, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, Again, Tavistock, where they were doing operations and other things, they shut that down.
It was specialized on that. He had one of the doctors there wrote an expose about that.
Just terrific what was happening there.
But this is simply about prescribing puberty blockers and about the WPATH. And so these documents were leaked out.
What was leaked out?
Well, some people inside that WPATH website We're asking if the patients had the mental capacity to understand the risks and the long-term consequences of cross-sex hormones and surgery.
And, of course, the answer to that is the children don't.
Many adults don't.
The Navy SEAL, Chris Beck, who for a while was Kristen Beck, and he was pushed and rewarded and prodded, and that by General Flynn, as a matter of fact, of the Pentagon.
He said, I had these people just rushing me through this thing.
And he said, you know, he was an adult.
He was a Navy SEAL. And he said, when you do this to kids, if they can do this to me as an adult that's been around for a while, right?
Of course, they can do it to kids.
A lot of psychological pressure on all this stuff.
And they don't have the maturity to make these kinds of decisions anyway.
WPATH doctors admit transgender procedures are harmful.
They discussed complications faced by their patients, including genital pain, sexual dysfunction, infertility, and cancer from the drugs.
Did they obtain informed consent from these young patients?
Well, they all claimed that they did, but among the leaked files is an 82-minute video of a WPATH Virtual meeting where doctors admitted their difficulties defining and obtaining informed consent from minors.
This is key. Minors are not mentally competent.
Again, that's why you have parents or guardians have to sign this all the time, everywhere.
You see that. They don't get to drive cars.
They don't get to buy guns.
They don't get to purchase alcohol, a lot of other things.
But any document, you have to have a parent or guardian sign it on behalf of the child.
And this is throughout the medical profession as well.
Why would they wave this aside?
There's another agenda here.
There is absolutely no way that somebody who's mentally incompetent, as minors are, can assent to this, no matter how much information you give them.
Even if the information is complete and true, even if it is the truth, the whole truth, they still can't make that determination.
They're not competent to do that.
Do these kids know what they're getting themselves into?
Of course not. What about their parents?
This person says another WPATH member, a psychologist from the University of Minnesota, said, what really disturbs me is when the parents can't tell me what they need to know about a medical intervention that they apparently signed off on.
The parents don't understand it.
How are the kids going to understand it?
What is ethically required for medical informed consent?
Well, the AMA says the doctor should assess whether a patient can make a, quote, independent voluntary decision and inform him about the diagnosis, the treatment operations, and the risks in a way that the patient can understand.
Was the AMA on board with informed consent when it came to all of these pandemic measures and the vaccine in 2020 and 2021?
No, they weren't. They didn't care about any of that stuff.
Quite frankly, you know, all these people, again, the abortionists out there saying, my body, my choice.
They didn't care about your body.
They didn't care about your choice.
They weren't going to give you any information.
They didn't want your consent.
They shut all that down. That's why I was saying from the very beginning, this is medical martial law.
I said, when Trump locked us down, we've seen what this is.
They've practiced it for 20 years, going back to dark winter just before 9-11.
They want to lock you down and force you to take a vaccine.
This is medical martial law.
That's it. That's what it was.
Still nothing being done about it.
We're still cheering the people who did it for us.
It was done by both Trump and Biden.
Who are the two people that are offering this again?
It's a rerun of a very bad movie, isn't it?
A very dystopian movie.
Do harmed children have any legal recourse?
Well, now adults are bringing up lawsuits left and right to come after these people who did this to them.
And good for them.
So with all this noise and everything about it, did Biden back down and say that he made a mistake?
No, he doubled down.
It doubled down on his declaration of a Transgender Day of Visibility in competition with Resurrection Sunday.
Babylon Bee puts it, Biden condemns Jesus for rising again on the Trans Day of Visibility.
Well, he didn't rise again.
He died once for all men, for all sins, for everyone that follows him.
So he's not doing it every Resurrection Sunday.
But anyway, quoting an angry Biden, Babylon Bee says, So who does this Jesus think he is?
Today is about dudes becoming chicks and chicks becoming dudes, not dead people becoming alive.
Come on, man. Well, when we come back, we're going to take a look at Trump.
Who rolled his people, Trump and the Trump media, rolled their followers on the Easter egg hunt at the White House.
I'm going to tell you what I mean by that when we come back.
We'll be right back. You're
listening to The David Knight Show.
Well, on Rumble, I want to thank I'm Marty.
I think that's Marty who did the matching funds last week.
Thank you, Marty. Thank you for the tip.
It says, Fool's Day, fiat funny money.
Well, thank you very much.
I appreciate that. And I don't know if that's the same, Marty.
But thanks to Marty and to everybody who contributed last week.
And we got just shy of 100%, but close enough.
And I want to thank everybody for your support, your kindness to me and to my family.
It means so much to us.
And I want to read some of the names of the people who sent checks, first name and last initial.
Patrick M. Brent and Ingrid S. Kelly M. James F. Michael and Christina S., TK, Fred and Jackie, Richard R., and a listener from New York, New York, and another from Richmond, Michigan, which I guess Karen could not find the name, so she gets the checks and gives me the names.
And we have some other letters that I want to go over later in the show.
And we're also going to talk about some new developments in the police state That is coming here.
Also, updates on what's going on with the bridge, money, the pandemic, and many other things.
But I want to take a look. We've been talking about Biden and the transgender stuff and the reaction of the churches here.
But there's kind of a...
It's interesting to look at the left-wing establishment media and the establishment conservative new alt-media.
And to see how they spin things.
And to see what they think are the important stories.
And so you'll see things that'll be featured.
It's gotten so polarized now that the stories that are featured as the most important thing by Drudge are not even talked about even to oppose the notion that's in those stories.
Not even talked about on Breitbart or Infowars or other places like that and vice versa.
The thing they think is most important.
New York Times, Washington Post, Drudge, they don't even talk about that.
But there was, all over conservative media, there was stuff about, you know, Trump versus Biden on Easter.
And so, The Hill, for example.
Listen to the way they portray St.
Biden. They didn't even mention his Transgender Day visibility on the same day.
Instead, what The Hill says is, Biden marked the holy day with a solemn message while Trump lashed out at political opponents in an all-caps post on Truth Social.
Yeah, again, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
So there's some lies in here, and there's some truths that were not told by The Hill.
Okay. Trump went after the prosecutor organizing criminal cases against him, reiterating claims that Jack Smith is deranged, that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is lazy, and lashing out against Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis.
You can only imagine what he had to say with that.
The former president also hurled insults at the Department of Justice and Crooked Joe in reference to the president.
So that's how The Hill characterizes what Trump did.
Then they characterize what Biden did.
Biden, a devout Catholic.
What? He must be a follower of Pope Francis, because the Pope ain't Catholic anymore.
It used to be a rhetorical question.
Mark Deister, with reminders of the stories of Jesus' sacrifice with blessings.
He says, as we gather with loved ones, we remember Jesus' sacrifice.
We pray for one another and cherish the blessings of the dawn of new possibilities.
He said, and with wars and conflict taking a toll on innocent lives.
Sorry, whose war is this?
Is this Biden's wars?
Yeah, his wars that he supports everywhere?
As he's prodding us into a nuclear war?
With wars and conflicts.
He's crying crocodile tears about this, Biden is.
Taking a toll on innocent lives as we fight the Russians to the last Ukrainian We renew our commitment to work for peace Security and dignity for all people.
It says this mass murder of Ukrainians, of children, of supporting the mass murder of children in Gaza that is continuing to run on with this Israeli war.
I mean, it's just, again, regardless of how this war started, whether or not it was justified at this point, it's pretty clear that this continuing of starvation, this bombing of civilian population is not.
Justified in any way, shape, or form.
But here he is, he's talking about his work for peace.
As he supports and pushes and makes the centerpiece of his campaign, the mass murder and mutilation of children in our country.
Forget about the foreign wars that he supports, that he gives money to, gives money and weapons to.
And then you have the New York Times coming after Trump again for his ludicrous new career as Bible salesman.
Of all people. Donald Trump is presenting himself as the man of the cross, tortured for our sins.
I consider it a great badge of courage, he tells the crowds.
I am being indicted for you, you see.
No, no.
He threw the January 6th people under the bus.
He did nothing for them.
Because it would have been legal jeopardy, enhanced jeopardy for him.
He didn't do anything for anybody, except luring them into that area and picking their pockets.
He didn't do anything for any of them.
As the New York Times says, instead of Christ-like redemption, he promises Lucifer-like retribution if resurrected.
In January, he put up a video on Truth Social about how he is a messenger from God.
Remember that? A shepherd of mankind.
The God-created Trump.
I took the Paul Harvey thing, you know, God created a farmer, and they made it about Trump.
Somebody else did that, but he posted it.
Well, I thought Saturday Night Live had a good takedown of Trump's Bible salesman pitch.
I'm selling Bibles.
Look at this beautiful Bible made from 100% Bible.
Sounds like a joke, and in many ways it is, but it's also very real.
As you know, I love Bible.
It's my favorite book.
I've definitely read it.
My favorite part is probably the ending.
Now it all wraps up.
This is a very special Bible, and it could be yours for the high, high price of $60.
But I'm not doing this for the money.
I'm doing this for the glory of God, and for pandering, and mostly for money.
But it's so sad.
Religion and Christianity are totally gone from this country, and we need them back.
My beautiful Bible, which also includes Constitution, and Pledge of Allegiance, and I don't know, maybe Miranda rights.
Yeah, maybe even Miranda rights.
That's what should be in there, isn't it?
But, you know, the reality...
It's actually even better than the Saturday Night Live version of it, and I'll play that clip for you again.
What is his favorite part of the Bible?
You mentioned the Bible. You've been talking about how it's your favorite book, and you said, I think, last night in Iowa.
Some people are surprised that you say that.
I'm wondering what one or two of your most favorite Bible verses are and why.
I wouldn't want to get into it, because to me that's very personal.
You know, when I talk about the Bible, it's very personal, so I don't want to get into verses.
There's no verse that means a lot to you that you think about or cite?
The Bible means a lot to me, but I don't want to get into specifics.
Even to cite a verse that you like?
No, I don't want to do that. You're an Old Testament guy or a New Testament guy?
Probably equal.
I think it's just an incredible...
The whole Bible is an incredible...
I joke very much so.
They always hold up the art of the deal.
I say my second favorite book of all time.
But I just think the Bible is just something very special.
Yeah, it's just very special.
At a special price, only $60 for...
The King James Version, which I point out you can get for free most of the time.
Even if you get it with a really nice cover, it's not going to cost you $60.
But then there's the other aspect of this.
And this is what I said before, that the conservative media is really taking this and running with the idea that Biden shut down any religious decorations on Easter eggs.
And again, let's see, what was the book and chapter where God told us to create Easter eggs and hide them?
I don't remember that.
Was that Old Testament or New Testament?
Probably both, right?
Both. Yeah, that's...
Don't do any religious pictures on even Easter eggs.
It doesn't have anything to do with Jesus' resurrection whatsoever.
But gross and evil, the Biden White House disrespects Easter.
Because I told people that, you know, made a transgender day of visibility and told people for the Easter egg hunt thing, a flyer detailing the 2024 contest.
Says we're going to be celebrating our military families and asks the youth from National Guard families to, quote, submit artwork inspired by the theme celebrating our military families, but do not put anything on there.
That is going to be religious.
Or Christian. Said that...
So this was something that was featured...
By Breitbart with multiple articles.
They had several different articles about this Grinch who stole Easter egg hunts and would not allow people to put any Christian symbols on their pagan Easter eggs.
And again, I'm not trying to be a Grinch either.
I'm not trying to be a legalist about this, but that doesn't have anything to do with what Resurrection Sunday is about.
Nevertheless, they want to make this as if he has stomped on some exercise of religion, right?
And I look at the Easter egg thing in the same way that I look at these Temple of Satan statues.
You know, it is the Temple of Satan people say, we don't believe in Satan, but we're going to put this thing up here and we're going to defy you to take it down.
And if you take it down, then we're going to say that we're going to infringe on your sincere religious exercise.
And so, you know, I put it in the same category as that.
But the...
The bottom line is it's being portrayed in multiple articles on Breitbart and on WorldNet Daily and conservative press all over the place as Biden desecrating some kind of a Christian thing.
White House prohibits children from submitting overtly religious art for the Easter egg roll.
Fox News, all these different outlets are having a field day with the Easter egg hunt.
So much so that the American Egg Board, there is such a thing.
Did you realize that? They created an organization to promote eggs.
And these people on the Egg Board did not chicken out when called to respond about this.
They were forced to respond to Republican conspiracy theories about the White House Easter event.
Is it a theory that you're not allowed to do the religious decorations?
No, you're not allowed to do that.
That part of it's not a theory.
What is being pushed falsely by Breitbart and Fox and WND and on and on, what is being pushed falsely is the idea that this is something that Biden did.
This is something that's been going on for 50 years.
This is something that was started by Jimmy Carter in 1978.
It was Jimmy Carter who banned any religious symbols on the White House Easter egg roll.
And so, this is part of a very long tradition that began in the middle of the 20th century from Democrats and Democrat-appointed judges to suppress the free exercise of religion in any way, shape, or form.
And this has been sustained on the White House Easter egg roll and Easter egg hunt and whatever it is that they do.
They have banned religious symbols since Jimmy Carter.
So what does that mean? Well, that means that Reagan banned it as well.
That means that both of the Bushes banned it as well.
That means that Clinton and Obama banned it as well as Biden.
And that also means that Donald Trump banned it in his four years.
I don't think that if they're going to have something, people ought to be able to put anything that they want to on it.
So I don't agree with the idea that we have to suppress any religious symbols or anything like that at all.
But what this shows us is how for half a century...
Washington, and both Republican and Democrat presidents, right?
We've had, let's see, we've got Obama, Biden, Carter, Clinton.
So we've got four Democrats.
We had Reagan, the two Bushes, and Trump, four Republicans.
They all agreed.
You've got to get your shot, right?
And you can't have any religious symbols on an Easter egg even.
Because somehow, somehow, in their thinking, that would be establishing a religion.
What religion that is?
I have no idea.
But it would be establishing some kind of religion somewhere to have religious symbols on that.
And so it's not just these news organizations, but it's also being pushed by the Trump campaign.
And remember, it was the Trump White House campaign.
That also went along with this policy.
They've been there since 1978.
So the Trump camp is saying that banning kids from religious egg designs of the White House.
This is sheer demagoguery, folks.
Sheer demagoguery. He did the same thing.
So, as all this is happening, let's transition here to Trump and his weekend, right?
So, Biden has a fundraiser with Obama and with Clinton.
And I think it was Bill Kristol, this neocon Republican, is wringing his hands and he goes, look at this, you know, he's got this star-studded fundraiser and anything.
What is Trump doing? Trump's going to a funeral for a New York Police Department officer who got killed on duty.
Oh, this is bad. You know, we're being outflanked by Biden.
Are we really? Which do you think speaks more to the public?
Somebody going to a president showing concern for people?
Killed in the line of duty?
And also making the point, whether he said it or not, everybody knows that the guy who killed this cop, he shot him underneath his bulletproof vest in the stomach and he died.
But this guy had 21 priors.
It'd been caught and released, caught and released 21 times by the Democrats.
So much so that when Kathy Hochul, whose policy it was, showed up to the funeral, she wanted to make it about gun control.
She wanted to make it about her policies of releasing criminals repeatedly, never punishing them, never protecting the public by removing them.
But she wanted to make it about guns.
Oh, the guns are the problem.
No, you're the problem. Hochul, you and people like you.
So she went to the funeral. The guy in a suit walked over to her and told her to leave.
And when she left, they applauded.
And so then Trump came in.
And, you know, It was adored by everybody who was there.
After the service, the priest who was officiating the wake says there was an incredible moment between Trump and Diller's baby boy.
You know, he makes a connection with him, you know, does something there.
But the priest is saying, oh yeah, you know, it was reported in a lot of these that Trump prayed with the child.
No, no.
What he did was he goes over, hey little boy, you know, and then they have a corporate prayer where the priest, when you listen to him, say, yeah, he said, I started the Lord's Prayer and Trump stood there and said it along with everybody else in the congregation.
That's hardly the same thing as they are putting it out there.
Jack Posobiec, though, puts it out.
Breaking. Father Duffy.
From Officer Jonathan Dillers-Wake tells how Trump stopped and prayed an hour father with Stephanie and her little son, Ryan.
And then Revolver. You can have your opinions about President Trump.
Boy, there's one thing about him that's undeniable.
He's got a big heart and he's deeply humane.
Really? Did he really care about all these people that he pushed his vaccine on that died?
Did he care about that?
He's still pushing that out there, you know.
We've got people, and I've interviewed the guy who's trying to start it in Florida, trying to get the government to stop even giving this poison.
We know it's a poison. He's bragging about it.
How many millions of people has Trump killed?
Did he pray with any of them?
Did he pray with any of their families?
Did he pray with the people that he killed with his medical death protocol in the hospitals?
The ventilators, remdesivir, the rest of the stuff?
Do you pray with any of the people whose life's work he destroyed if he didn't wind up killing them?
With a lockdown of the businesses?
Oh, he's got a big heart, does he?
Well, we'll find out how big he is from Stormy Daniels when she takes a stand later this week.
She's going to have a few things to say about that, I think.
So... As we look at the right and we look at the left, the stuff that has happened over this weekend, how people will politicize everything.
And this is from John Whitehead, who I really like his work.
I really do like his work, and he is dead set against the police state, does excellent work.
But I think he really missed it with this one.
Here's the headline.
Jesus died challenging the police state.
No, no.
Now, he didn't come to challenge the bankers, right?
He turned over the tables of the money changers.
He didn't come to challenge the police state or the Roman Empire or any of that stuff.
No, he came to save you and me from what you and I have done.
That's what he came for.
He said, no one takes my life.
I lay it down for my friends.
He didn't die challenging the police team for any of this stuff.
And it's just amazing to me to see how politicized all this stuff has become, even with people that I generally agree with.
This has been one crazy weekend.
We'll be right back.

You're listening to The David Knight Show.
We're going to talk about the police state.
Again, that's where John Whitehead usually hangs out, and he gets it right when he talks about the police state.
He's off a little bit with this headline here, but on Rumble, thank you very much for the tip, Stealth Patriot.
Thank you. He said, Jesus gave us a great commission.
If we don't warn them, then their blood is on our hands.
Thanks for your sound doctrine, David.
Well, thank you, Stealth Patriot.
Appreciate that. And also on Rumble, Trump Burger Forever asks, if you stay at a Trump hotel, can you just take the Bible from the room?
Or will he charge you extra?
I don't know. Are there any Bibles in the Trump hotels?
Does he allow the Gideons to put those in there?
Yeah, they'll probably charge you extra for that.
Who knows? They may even charge you if you open it up.
They've probably got a seal around it.
Okay, let's talk about the police state.
We have every day...
We see another way.
And every day, in every way, they are spying on us with everything.
And so we had, breaking towards the end of the week, last week on Friday, FBI agent going door-to-door, asking people about their Facebook posts.
And when the astonished homeowner said, what are you doing here?
You go around doing this?
Oh, yes, we do this every day, all day long.
We go around and we ask people about their Facebook posts.
The FBI is a federal bureaucracy of instigation.
It is a federal bureaucracy that is just metastasizing like a cancer and has been for a very, very long time.
Even just a couple of decades after its creation, Truman said it is trending toward a Gestapo.
And then he went out and created the NSA by executive order.
I said, that's some kind of a...
But it is.
It has become a Gestapo.
And he also replied to her and he said, it's just an effort to keep everybody safe and to make sure that nobody has any ill will.
Ill will. In other words, hate speech.
Do you have some authority to determine whether or not anybody has ill will?
Is there some law against ill will?
No, there isn't, and there never should be, because it'll always be subjective.
But, of course, to keep everybody safe is always the first cry of tyranny, isn't it?
Sacrifice your liberty for the promise of security. As Benjamin Franklin said, any fool who does that deserves neither. History has shown us that they get neither. You give up your liberty to get safety, and you wind up with neither of them. As a matter of fact, to the degree that you give up your liberty, to that degree you become a slave.
Slaves are never safe, are they? Oh, I mean, if so, People can't get to me.
I got three hots and a cot.
That's great. The FBI spends, quote, every day, all day long, unquote, interrogating people over their Facebook posts.
At least that's what agents told Stillwater, Oklahoma resident Rola Abdeljawad when they showed up at her house to ask her about her social media activity.
This is from Reason.
Three FBI agents came to her house, said they had been given screenshots of her posts by Facebook.
Her lawyer, Hassan Shibley, posted a video of the incident online Wednesday.
She told the agents that she didn't want to talk.
She asked them to show their badges on camera, which they refused to do.
She wrote on Facebook that she later confirmed the local police that FBI agents really were, the people who identify themselves as FBI agents, really were FBI agents.
One agent in a gray shirt says, Facebook gave us a couple of screenshots of your account.
She said, so we no longer live in a free country and we can't say what we want?
He says, no, we totally do.
Totally do live in a free country, right?
In spite of appearances, right?
This is not what you think. If they look like Gestapo, they act like Gestapo, they talk like Gestapo, they're Gestapo.
That's why we're not here to arrest you or anything.
Yet. He didn't say the yet part.
A second agent in a red shirt says, we do this every day, all day long.
It's just an effort to keep everybody safe and make sure nobody has any ill will.
The lawyer, Shibley, said he doesn't know which Facebook post caught the agent's attention and that it was the first time that he'd heard of Facebook's parent company, Meta, preemptively reporting posts to law enforcement.
Metta, Facebook, received 73,956 requests from law enforcement in the U.S. and handed over 87.8% of the time in the first half of 2023 according to their website.
So, you know, 88% of the time they'll give the government what they want.
I wonder what they do, why they don't do it on the other 12%.
For the past week, she has made multiple angry posts per day about the war in Gaza, referring to Israel as Israel hell.
But none of the posts on her feed call for any violence.
So she's a Muslim.
She doesn't like this war in Gaza.
And it is, I think, a big mistake for Israel to take the position that they are going to punish any free speech people That disagrees with them.
Israel is pushing our politicians and paying our politicians like DeSantis to shut down any criticism.
They are paying politicians to remove our free speech.
I don't think that's the way to win support.
But it certainly does work for the politicians.
If you pay them, you can get them to do anything, right?
Ironically, she also had posted a warning about exactly the kind of government monitoring that she was later subjected to.
She put out a post and said, don't fall for their games.
Our community is being watched, Muslim community, she said.
And they're just waiting for any reason to round us up.
If you're Muslim and or pro-pal...
I guess she doesn't have that capitalized.
I guess that is a Palestinian group or something.
Pro-Palestinian, I guess, when she says pro-Pal.
Consider all your media accounts, Google searches, mail, messenger, local mosques, political events, consider that all to be monitored.
And the lawyer for her said, it's unfortunately normal behavior for the FBI to target the community like this.
Hey, you're not the only ones.
Everybody's being targeted.
This is what I said about the Black Lives Matter movement, that they really cared about black lives.
If black lives really did matter to them, They would make common cause with everybody and they would move to change the rules of conduct and the way the police engage with people and yet they didn't.
They wanted to make it about a grievance and to keep that grievance even to the extent that The Australian woman who was shot there, I think it was Minneapolis, was it?
Or St. Paul? I think it was in the Twin Cities.
It was their first Somalian black officer that had gone through and graduated.
And she had marched.
This Australian woman had marched with Black Lives Matter.
There was some disturbance and she called the police and this guy shows up.
And she was the one who called the police.
Shows up and shoots and kills her.
She should have worked with them instead of making it about race.
She should have made it about the way the police conduct these different issues.
But anyway, in his caption of the video, the lawyer added some advice to others.
He said she was right to refuse to speak and right to record the interaction.
However, she should not have stepped outside of the house to talk to the FBI agents.
If you're in the house, you know, they break into the house without a warrant or something like that to get you, then, you know, that is something.
It's under the first Miranda in the Trump Bible, you know.
Or maybe it's under two Miranda.
There we go. That's it. So anyway, he says, it's wrong what they did.
He said, realistically, with where the community is at, the Muslim community, I don't know if we have the bandwidth to go after them for it, he said.
Well, look again. This is not just Muslims.
This is happening to everybody.
Take a look at the...
Well, we'll get to that in a moment.
But the...
Hang on just one second.
This thing skipped on me here.
I want to pull up the next article that's here.
Yeah, in addition to that, we also had a woman who had the police come to her house...
And pull this article up, Travis.
This is the one about the viral video.
It shows the agents visiting homes.
It's at the very end of it.
It's a social media post.
Actually, it's also in the list there.
Go to the very bottom there.
And you'll see this.
This is a lady who put this up.
This is a tweet that was pinned.
And she put a picture up of this guy who is working out.
He's all tatted up and everything.
There he is right there. She said, this monster drugged my 27-year-old cousin at a casino in Baton Rouge last February.
He dumped her half-naked, dead body like trash.
He's got a rap sheet a mile long, and he walks today on probation.
Damien Matthews, may you reap what you have sown.
He said, this is not something that is focused on Muslims.
What is this about? Well, this is about somebody criticizing the FBI and law enforcement in general, and it's not even for releasing criminals like this.
And it's not even the FBI or the cops.
They're the ones arresting people.
It's the judges and the judiciary and the district attorneys that Soros has put in releasing these people.
This is like the guy who shot and killed the cop up in New York.
At 21 Priors. I don't know how long this guy is, but he dumped her cousin's dead, half-naked body, and now he's going to walk.
And he drugged her, killed her, evidently, and now he's going to walk.
Not even a year later.
So, you know, when you criticize the government, in any way, shape, or form, Whether you're criticizing the policies of the State Department and its wars, or whether you're criticizing the policies of the Justice Department, releasing known criminals who have killed people, well, the government needs to know about that.
See, any dissent of any kind, this is not now just about the central MacGuffins of climate and pandemic and other things like that, but any disagreement With their policies, they're going to send the FBI goons out to inspect you.
Google has been ordered to identify who has watched certain YouTube videos.
As Reclaim the Net says, this is massively overreaching and a very broad order.
And so...
After directly censoring creators and channels, as they've done me five years ago, no, six years ago now, giving geolocation data of its users to the authorities in response to the controversial geofencing warrants, this is a new example of how Google can be used and abused in dragnet-style investigations.
Unmasking everyone who watched a particular video is similar to geofencing in that it makes everyone a suspect.
And this, a number of experts and rights groups believe is unconstitutional, a violation of the Fourth Amendment that protects from unreasonable searches.
You see, Google has, even before it became a search engine designed to hide things, It was a Stasi search engine looking at the people who were using it.
You know, just like the Palantir, the company that does data mining for law enforcement and for the intelligence community.
They openly use that analogy because, you know, the Palantir in Lord of the Rings was this crystal ball that people used, the kings used to communicate with each other, but then the bad guys got it.
And they were able to watch the people they were using and not only watch them, but also to look into them to discern their thoughts and their actions and their motives and that type of thing.
And so Sauron in the novel turns that against the people.
That's the way they patterned their company.
And so as you were using Google, you may or may not have realized that you were actually using Google.
A palantir, an eye of Sauron that is profiling you, looking at everything that you do.
I still was struck by the fact, and when I think about the fact that in 2013, when I did the anniversary of the creation of the Federal Reserve, that they would take down that video to protect the Federal Reserve.
Got up to 12,000.
That must have triggered an algorithm because mine got taken down.
I talked about it. Other people put it up in other places.
As soon as it would get to 12,000, it would go down.
And so that was, and they used a so-called copyright claim on it.
It was fair use. It wasn't copyright violations.
As a matter of fact, they had tolerated the entire movie to be up there for nearly a decade, have over a million views.
That's where I got the few clips that I used for the video from It's a Wonderful Life.
It really surprised me that they would be that zealous to guard information about the Federal Reserve, to take down any criticism of it.
This is by Forbes.
They uncovered this.
They said, Forbes has had access to several orders that name certain YouTube videos, citing one unsealed case originating in Kentucky and having to do with people viewing content posted by a user who law enforcement suspects of money laundering for selling Bitcoin for cash.
The order wanted names, addresses, phone numbers, and account activity of each Google user and the IP address of everyone who watched the videos who didn't have an account.
If I go to YouTube to look at music or something like that, I don't have an account anymore.
They've completely shut off my accounts.
Shut them down. I can't open one.
They'll shut it down. It's fair to expect that law enforcement won't have access to that sensitive personal information without probable cause, said the Electronic Privacy Information Center.
You would think, right?
But this order turns that assumption on its head because it shreds the Constitution.
He says, when the police asked for the order to be issued, they said, quote, there is reason to believe that these records would be relevant and material to an ongoing criminal investigation.
They have reason to believe it?
Well, tell it to a judge.
That's the process that you're supposed to go through.
A separate case in New Hampshire concerned a bomb threat in a public place.
People who watched the live stream of the police searching the area were then identified to the government in a kind of geofence type of thing.
And, you know, when you look at this, I remember we did, we helped with a group that did puppy raising.
For guiding eyes for the blind, they would farm out the young dogs to different places, and they would go around and evaluate them on a regular basis.
And then, depending on how the dogs did, if they were doing really well and had the right temperament, they would take them back and use them as a guiding eye for the blind people.
But they were still...
Even if they failed on one or two things, they would still use them as dogs for arson investigations or other things like that.
And one of the things they said was that when there's arson, typically the person who is the arsonist will come back and watch the fire.
And so what they would do is they would have these dogs who were trained to alert on the smell of any accelerant.
It might be on their shoes or on their clothes or something like that.
They couldn't smell it, but the dog could.
So what these guys would do is they would come back as the firemen were putting out the fire or whatever, they would go around where the spectators were with one of these dogs and see if the dog would alert on anybody who had any accelerant on it.
Now, you know, they have to explain where they have been and that type of thing.
And that's basically what they were doing with this YouTube video.
But you become a suspect simply because you're curious to see what's going on with a fire or something, not because you're there in person even.
And then we have the Red Flag Center that came out last week, and I was going to get to it, but I never got to it.
It was something that Lala Harris is bragging about, a Red Flag Center.
My only question is, are they going to name it in Trump's honor?
The take the gun and do the due process later Trump Center for gun control.
Because he's the one who started that whole thing, right?
Take the gun and do the due process later.
Yes, they had some ideas for red flag, but he took it to a whole new level.
Lala Harris touting the administration's new National Extreme Risk Protection Order Resource Center, which will, quote, support the effective implementation of state red flag laws.
They don't have this as a federal law.
But what they'll do is they'll give money to these organizations, just like they do with the public health things, and they'll get them to do certain things and say, you do this, and we'll give you even more money.
But there's a problem. Congress never authorized the U.S. Department of Justice to create this resource center.
The administration is confusing, says Thomas Massey and John Lott.
They wrote a letter.
As I said, the administration is confusing grants to implement state mental health courts, drug courts, veterans courts, and extreme risk protection order programs.
They're confusing those grants with creating an entirely new center for one of these areas.
Well, as I've always said, and what I've tried to get the MAGA people to understand, is that money is the way around the law.
Money is the way the federal government gets around the law.
Money is the way the government gets around the Tenth Amendment and all the rest of this stuff.
Trump is an example of that in 2020.
Here's another example of it.
This isn't the first time the Biden administration has gone beyond what the law allows and done more harm than good.
Well, just following Trump's example, right?
You know, using the ATF to ban guns or gun add-ons like the pistol braces or the bump stock and that type of thing.
That was a precedent that he set.
And to violate the Second Amendment, Using the deep state, using the swamp, using the bureaucracy, using the ATF. We don't have to, you know, I don't need no stinking bills.
I don't need to get a law passed.
I can just, fortunately, said Trump in that meeting, I've played it for you many times, fortunately, we don't need to bother you guys and Congress to do anything.
I can do that myself.
I really have that power.
No, he usurped that power, and as soon as he did, Lala Harris was on site.
You know, I'm going to give people 100 days as president to do the gun control bills that I want, and if they don't do it after 100 days, I'm going to do it by executive order.
And Biden followed on with executive orders for gun control.
Even the pistol brace had been done initially by Trump.
He stopped it right about the time of the election and then brought it back a couple months later by Biden.
Allowing for easy gun confiscation can leave good, law-abiding people defenseless.
Andrew Pollack, here's an example, who lost his daughter in the 2017 Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida, recently had an extreme risk protection order used against him by a neighbor in rural Oregon.
When he finally had his hearing in court, the judge didn't even need to hear a defense because there was no evidence that he had ever threatened anyone.
But, you know, a neighbor can point the finger at you.
The police come around to confiscate your gun, and people have been killed when the police come around to confiscate guns.
Because sometimes they come with SWAT teams who shoot first, even.
Or who break in, and you can't distinguish, you know, no-knock raid.
Is this a home invasion?
Or is this a lawless government using a SWAT team?
Unfortunately, while disarmed, he faced a mountain lion outside his home, his dog tangled with a mountain lion, requiring 50 stitches on his side.
As is virtually always the case, there was no punishment for the neighbors who brought the false claim.
And I want to just say this because this is another example of how the rubber meets the road at the local level.
Things can be worse or they can be better depending on who the local officials are.
You know, who is the sheriff or who is the mayor that controls the police department?
Well, here's a sheriff in Florida.
Talking about a homeowner who defended himself and shot the person who invaded the home.
As to the person, we don't know what homeowner, which homeowner shot at him.
I guess they think that they did something wrong, which they did not.
If somebody's breaking into your house, you're more than welcome to shoot them in Santa Rosa County.
We prefer that you do, actually.
So, whoever that was, you're not in trouble.
Come see us. We have a gun safety class we put on every other Saturday.
And if you take that, you'll shoot a lot better and hopefully you'll save the taxpayers money.
Santa Rosa, Florida.
And there's a lot of sheriffs out there.
You know, there may be one in your area.
That's a reason to go show up and vote.
So, again, the local officials can make things better or worse for you.
Part of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act was money for states to implement red flag laws, but creating an entire bureaucracy is a different matter entirely.
But I gotta say, the Republicans should have seen this coming, right?
If you're gonna start funding red flag laws, What's the difference between that and funding it at the state level and doing it yourself?
They like to play this game.
Well, I didn't set this up.
The Democrats set it up.
You funded it. You funded these programs.
They just formalized it.
They just took it to the next step.
And it's the same type of thing that Biden did with all the pandemic stuff that Trump initiated.
Bureaucracies, says, bearing arms, bureaucracies are created for one purpose.
But in time, the purpose of any bureaucracy is to protect the bureaucracy, and they will use whatever means available to them to justify their existence and to expand their power.
He gives an example of the ATF. He says it started out as a revenue collection agency, and now it can unilaterally ban whatever firearm-related products it wants, apparently.
Or we could take the EPA. It started out as a way to protect the environment and to clean up toxic, you know, big, big toxic spills and things like that.
Now what is it doing?
Well, it's banning everything it can think of.
It's banning cars. It's banning ranges.
It's banning HVACs.
It's banning power plants that connect to the grid.
I mean, the EPA is a great example Of an agency that metastasizes like a cancer.
So you could look at the Department of Education.
Look at how it has expanded.
Is the money, this fight over this Title IX stuff where they are giving money to schools and now they're going to withhold the money that the schools have gotten used to for sports if you don't put the boys in the girls' bathrooms and dressing rooms.
That's what the Department of Education has become.
And it's pushing out their critical race theory and other Marxist propaganda.
It's not about education at all.
It is completely, you know, fantasticized.
And again, every time I look at the Department of Education, a good example of Republicans' broken promises.
That was created in the midst of the 1980 election year.
Just a couple of months before the election.
Reagan versus Jimmy Carter.
And Jimmy Carter created it.
Reagan said, I'm going to get rid of it.
It wasn't even a year old when he became president.
And yet, he fed it, he nurtured it into adulthood over the next eight years.
I don't think it had been in existence for eight months when he became president.
Is there any reason to believe that a red flag center will be any different?
That it won't find a way to expand its existence to potentially create backdoor gun laws?
If there's a way, it will.
Which is why there are questions about the constitutionality of such a thing.
Well, in New York City, after they put a thousand National Guard and state police into the subway system, again, with ARs and stuff, I mean, you know, that didn't work.
Had a shooting right after that.
So now they're saying they're going to put in gun scanners in the subway system.
Well, good luck with that.
I don't think that that's going to, of course, you know, I don't think it's allowed pretty much for anybody to have.
They make it virtually impossible for anybody to get a legal permit to carry a gun for self-defense.
Scanners will be introduced in certain stations after a legally mandated 90-day waiting period.
Keeping New Yorkers safe, said the mayor.
Well, again, safety is the enemy of liberty.
The issue is not the gun.
The issue is the criminals that they never incarcerate, that they catch and release, catch and release, catch and release.
The cops catch them. The Soros district attorneys, let them go.
Let them go. Even that gang that teamed up on two cops there in New York.
Alvin Bragg, let them go.
Same guy who's coming after Trump.
Let them go. They got captured in another state, and he took a lot of heat for that.
He said, all right, send them back here. And he goes, I'm not sending them back to you.
We're going to take care of them here.
You'll just let them go. The other DA said that.
And then we have the SWAT raids.
The SWAT raids that just keep going.
This SWAT raid happened on an innocent family, and it was caused by Apple's Find My Location service.
This has to be ended, folks.
These SWAT team raids must be stopped.
I mean, look at this. Weaponized, militarized police state.
And I've said so many times, and this is yet another example of Brazil.
You know, in 1984, when Terry Gilliam of Monty Python fame did his take on 1984, this is dark, satirical comedy, and the raid at the beginning of it, which is based on mistaken identity, it was so over the top.
I remember looking at it like, whoa, that's nothing compared to the real raids that are happening all the time in this country.
And here's this one, in Denver.
This family has now filed a lawsuit against Apple, claiming that its company's Find My Location service led to a wrongful SWAT raid on their home, causing emotional distress and property damage.
The family's harrowing ordeal began when a pair of Apple AirPods that had been in a stolen vehicle were erroneously pinpointed at their address by the app.
Unbeknownst to the family, this would soon lead to a terrifying encounter with heavily armed law enforcement officers.
What happened was the guys who stole the car threw the AirPods out the window, and it landed in the street in front of these people's house.
And on that basis, they had a SWAT team bust in on them.
They're lucky they weren't killed.
After the SWAT raid of their home, the stolen AirPods were found on the road, thrown out in front of it.
But this is what happened to the family.
They said they were awakened by the sounds of multiple vehicles pulling up to their residents.
See, evil works in the dark, doesn't it?
We have a government that doesn't care about sunshine laws or sunset anything.
We have a government that operates in the dark, against the law, without search warrants, without any regard to the safety of anyone.
This militarized police state that has now been normalized.
So they pull up in the middle of the night, bright lights shining into the home, followed by officers loudly commanding those inside to exit the front door.
The family, including their children, were forced to exit their home at gunpoint, only to be detained and questioned for hours before being released without any charge.
So they're suing both Apple and the security industry specialists that were tasked with tracking down the stolen vehicle.
And as I point out, people have used the Apple Find My Location and some of these other things that Apple has to stalk people, to do other things.
But these swap raids just keep going on and on.
The civil asset forfeiture.
We've turned our highway patrol into highway robbers.
That continues to go on.
Here's the latest example of this, and we've had a lot of examples out of California because even when the state law says that marijuana is legal and people can open up stores and things like that, you still have the federal government Doing these backdoor illegal moves in the dark,
trying to get the local police to defy state law and work with the feds, cutting them in with 80% of what they steal.
20% goes to the feds, and then 80% goes to the cops who steal the stuff.
And I say steal because that's what it is.
It's not forfeiture.
It's not asset forfeiture.
It's theft. We're good to go.
To go through the process to legally outlaw marijuana, as they did alcohol with the 18th Amendment, and then the 21st Amendment made it legal again.
Not only do they not respect the Constitution, but they don't respect state law.
They work secretly and behind the scenes to bribe the police, to steal the stuff.
It is so corrupt from the get-go.
And this should concern us, regardless of what we think about the drug issues.
Those are two separate things.
You want to prohibit alcohol?
Pass a constitutional amendment like they did with alcohol.
Anyway, and a California city was forced to return hundreds of pounds of cannabis to a pot distributor.
The wholesale value was $800,000, but it was worth well over a million dollars in terms of retail value.
Costa Mesa police officers returned the massive shipment of cannabis last week to a cannabis distributor in the city called Seven Leaf.
The authorities had accused the company of illegally operating and seized the cannabis in September of last year.
The owner of the company said he was happy to get his cannabis back after his attorneys explained that he was operating legally, but he still blamed the city for taking it in the first place and for delaying its return.
He said the sad thing is that once all this information was shared, there were no apologies.
No apologies. Only more aggression.
Oh, we're going to get you now.
The police were not happy that no charges were filed.
The police were not happy that the product was being returned.
We've had the police in San Bernardino Actually go out and rob armored cars using the justification that they could seize all the cash that was in the armored car because this armored car had gone to a marijuana store that was operating legally under state law.
And because this armored car had gone there, the cops pull it over and they stole all the cash that was in there, not just the stuff from the marijuana store.
They did it once, and they caught these guys, and I think, I can't remember the amounts, but it was like a million dollars.
And then they did it a second time, and these guys were more careful about it.
They didn't have as much there, but when the armored car went through their county, again, they pulled them over and didn't get as much a third time they tried it, and they didn't have any money in it, but they had recordings.
And they recorded the cops talking about, oh, I thought we were going to get about a million dollars out of this thing.
They're nothing but robbers.
And that's what, when you have a government that decides that it's going to ignore the law, it becomes the worst criminal you could ever have.
They don't care what the law is, that they need a law, they need a constitutional amendment to prohibit this stuff.
They don't care about due process.
This whole civil asset forfeiture stuff is all a fiction.
And you know, when you look at, as I've said before, you look at Giuliani, facing these fictional charges of racketeering, influence, corruption, organization, RICO charges and everything that Fannie Willis is bringing against these people, that is total garbage.
However, that was what he built his career on.
And it fits him.
It suits him. It's justice for him to experience that now, quite frankly.
So the police are upset about this.
They're going to try to get even with him.
Wholesale value of about $800,000.
Retail value between $1.5 million and $2 million.
Even more than what I said before.
But he said a lot of this because they've held it for so long.
They held it for more than six months.
That's how long you had to fight these guys to give it up.
He said because they held it for so long, some of it has passed its sell-by date.
So he's not sure how much value it will have at all.
They may have cost him between $1.5 and $2 million on his business.
And again, this is about the government following the law.
Finally, in South Carolina, they...
This is not even connected with the Pentagon.
I don't know how this happened. They wound up with nearly $2 billion they found in a bank account that was attached to the state of South Carolina.
And the state of South Carolina says, we've got no idea where this money came from.
It just accumulates.
Nobody seems to know how it got there, what it's there for.
But hey, they get called and they got an extra $1.8 billion.
Yeah, it's all just fiat cash, isn't it?
It just keeps going around.
We'll be right back. Whether you're feeling like the blues or bluegrass, APS Radio has you covered.

Music Playing...
And now, The David Nutt Show.
All right, on Rumble, Sprumford, thank you for the tip.
It says, it seems the government gets around the Posse Comitatus Act by merely militarizing the police.
Yeah, it's crazy what is going on with the SWAT teams.
Before we get back in the news, I want to talk more about the bridge, quick update about that.
A couple of letters that were included with the things we received by mail.
This is from Brent and Ingrid.
Say blessings to you, Karen, and the entire family.
I've been praying for you and your heart issues.
If I've been there with a heart and blood pressure issues and have tried to illuminate some of the problems by God's grace and nutrition, tried to illuminate them, sorry, figured out I was low on potassium, magnesium, and selenium.
And the consensus was that my stress level and not putting those issues in the Lord's hand.
Anyway, thank you for your hard work.
And thank you for that advice and for sharing that with me.
As a matter of fact, I have increased my take of all those things, finding the same type of deal.
As far as the stress level goes, the lack of sleep and stuff, there's not much I can do about that with my schedule.
I just saw an article earlier. Last week about how the Pentagon was upset their soldiers were not getting like seven hours of sleep or whatever in general.
And I usually get about five hours of sleep with this stuff.
So that's a big issue.
That's why it was really good to have that time off.
And I told Guard, and I guess I'll tell the audience here, I had a test that was scheduled for Thursday because I have AFib.
And so they wanted me to do a stress test.
And so that was in the morning.
They had to do it. And then I thought, well, since I'm doing that, I'll just go ahead and take Friday off.
At the last minute, I canceled it because I just don't trust this stuff.
And I could see where it was headed.
There was an article from Jeremy Camp, about Jeremy Camp, who's a Christian contemporary singer.
I don't know him. I knew his name.
And he had AFib.
And what happened to him when he was...
I had to shut the show one day when it happened with me during the show because your heart just starts flipping and it's like, I don't know what's going on with this.
It's really weird. But it starts fluttering and flipping, so he had to just stop his show like I stopped this show.
And he went to the doctors and he looked at it and they came up with some kind of an operation.
And I told Karen, I said, you know, this is probably heading towards something like that and I'm just not going to do an operation.
I'm not going to.
When you have AFib...
One of the big issues is that it can create blood clots, and so they want to put you on a blood thinner, and I mentioned this on the show.
They want to put me on a Pfizer blood thinner.
I mentioned warfarin, and a reader sent a thing to me saying, you know, warfarin was originally rat poison.
Give them enough of it, they bleed to death, you know?
So you mix that in with some cookies or something, and the rats bleed to death internally.
But... So, yeah, I was not interested in warfarin.
Oh, well, this is all new.
And so, you know, you look at it on the website, you know, from the different medical websites, and they don't have much in terms of safety issues because it's new.
They haven't tested it. It's the FDA just rubber stamping it for Pfizer.
Cost of fortune.
And everybody was complaining about the cost.
But I went to some of these sites and And I looked at the user comments, because that's where you get the real information.
Yes, it's anecdotal, but the FDA is going to lie to you, so what else do you have, right?
So when I started looking at that stuff, it's like, there's no way I would take any of that stuff.
Besides just Pfizer, you know what their game is at this point in time.
So just looking at natural things, there's a lot of advice out there about how to treat AFib.
I'm not going to do surgery.
I'm not going to do the Pfizer drugs.
So I appreciate your prayers, and I did appreciate the time off.
We had a very relaxing weekend, and again, I thank Guard Goldsmith for doing it.
He's a really busy guy, and he took the time to do this show, so I really do appreciate that.
One more here. This is from Mike S., and that's very kind.
He said, it's an honor to donate to your program, and he put a PS there.
He said, a lot is going on in Amish country.
Amos Miller... Has been getting some good news, and we're trying to rid our county of a 20-year rhino.
As you said, it starts in our state.
That's right. Our candidate, David Nestle, has a real chance.
He had Tim Barton from Texas up last week.
He was terrific. We had 350 people show up.
So, good. I hope that is happening there, and he's focused on the right thing.
You can make a difference at the local level.
I know you're not going to make any difference at the federal level, and I know that the presidential race doesn't make any difference.
And as I pointed out last week, I know this from experience.
35 years ago, I was working with a third party, Libertarian Party, trying to get candidates in, and they had us so focused on the presidential race.
I'll just say this briefly. I wasn't planning on talking about it today, but you look at what's going on with RFK Jr.
and how he brought in Sergey Brin's ex-wife and how radically liberal and rich she is and the causes that she's donated to and all the rest of the stuff.
RFK Jr. is having issues navigating this unbelievably complicated landscape of landmines that have been put in there by the Democrats and Republicans to make sure that nobody challenges their duopoly lock on the ballot that these two parties have.
This one, the first indications of how corrupt they are.
And when everybody started talking about the 2020 election, I said, you know where this all starts, even before you get to the voting machines and the counting of the stuff and the qualifications of voters and everything, the corruption begins with ballot access, the corruption then continues with debate access and all the rest of the stuff.
So he's already had some setbacks.
They've already rejected a slate of things that he turned in in Nevada because he didn't have the name.
He didn't have a vice presidential candidate at the time.
So, you know, again, every state's got different rules.
So he's having to start over again on that.
He may use the Libertarian Party to try to get onto the ballot.
And that's the problem with the Libertarian Party.
It's no longer got really any principles in it.
The Libertarian Party has worked so hard...
To get on the ballot in all 50 states, and they've done it through most of the elections for the last 30 or 40 years.
They've made it most of the time onto the ballot.
I'd say the last 30 years or so, beginning in the 90s.
Most of the time they have 50 state ballot access.
So they've got really good at that.
But that's all they do. They don't get local people elected, and so they've had absolutely no effect on anything.
They completely ignore the local races because they're so focused on the presidential and the gubernatorial races, and that's another strategy.
The Republicans and Democrats know that that is an impossible task, and so they have them focusing on that, and that's how they focus the public.
The public is focused on the presidential race and completely ignoring what is happening in their county.
And that's why they have their way with us.
And so the Libertarian Party, I mean, it'll be confirmed.
Well, it's already been confirmed, in my opinion, what the Libertarian Party has become.
That's one of the reasons why, when I got on Twitter 12 years ago, I used the handle Libertarian instead of Libertarian.
But it'll be confirmed if they let RFK in this, you know, what should we call her?
Google Bride... They let RFK and the Google Bride on their ticket.
It's just kind of a rent-a-ballot service, right?
Their whole purpose has just become to get on the ballot in 50 states.
And they've already prostituted themselves to Gary Johnson and to Bill Weld, two Republican governors, and it's like that was their dream team.
Oh, we got two former governors.
Well, they were horribly bad governors who didn't know what they were talking about.
Gary Johnson famously with Aleppo.
Aleppo? I don't know what you're talking about.
I mean, you know, so if they could get RFK Jr.
on, because all that matters to them, Now, it's attention and ballot access.
It's how you can completely lose your mission.
And the Libertarian Party did lose their mission.
It was about that time when they were focused on Bill Weld and Gary Johnson that they jettisoned the statement of principles that they were not going to initiate force or fraud to achieve social or political goals.
They got rid of that.
Because you've got two guys who violated all that stuff, right?
So, it's not about the principles anymore.
It's about visibility.
It's about winning.
Winning is everything. Come on, you can take the vaccine.
It's just sugar water. Do it for Trump, right?
As Alex Jones said.
Well, one more, and this is from Paul.
He said, no one acknowledges that illegal immigration arises from those countries where there is no Second Amendment to protect against government tyranny.
Yeah, people have to run from that stuff.
He says, let's hear some more DK original music.
I worked on some. I didn't get it finished, but I've got a couple of songs that are nearly done.
I'll be bringing them in soon.
Let's talk a little bit about the bridge.
And I thought this was kind of interesting.
You know, when I talked about the bridge, I said, well, we really don't know what caused it to lose power.
And I think that is the key issue, whether or not it is.
You've got a spectrum here, right?
Not of genders. Right.
But you've got a spectrum that goes from incompetent neglect to malicious crime.
And so where on this spectrum is it?
Well, if you come up and you say that it's because of dirty fuel, Now you're not on that spectrum.
You don't have to decide between negligence and criminal activity, right?
I mean, I don't know anything about how these ships operate, but since everything is so connected, it's not unreasonable to assume that there might be some way for somebody to do a cyber hack and turn off the engines.
I don't know if that's the case.
I'm not throwing that out there as a conspiracy theory.
It's also equally true that this doesn't seem to be, shall we say, a tight ship.
I've already had an issue, as I pointed out, in another country where they collided with a dock.
And so it doesn't look like it's the best crew.
And so it could be negligence.
Maybe they didn't maintain the engine properly or whatever.
Maybe, you know, I don't know, but obviously it wasn't pilot error that drove it into it.
It was losing power that was the key issue.
So it could have been maintenance that was bad.
But if we say it was dirty fuel, then who do we blame?
I'm not really buying that explanation by the way because Karen used to work as a district personnel manager for a convenience store chain and when they would have dirty fuel or something like that, mess up cars, they'd mess up a bunch of cars.
It wouldn't just mess up one.
That's how you'd know it was dirty fuel.
They try to make a case and say, well, we've had situations where this type of thing has happened before.
It's like, well, no, not right there.
You know, they're trying to make the case that this is dirty fuel that's very specific to the fuel that they're getting right there in the port.
So then why didn't that happen to any other ships?
I don't know. But then there's another issue, of course, and I mentioned this on the very first day.
And that is getting it cleaned up and fixed.
What is that going to take?
And I had a listener, Robert, who sent this to me.
He said, notice how when people talk about the Herculean task of replacing the bridge in terms of the time that it'll take to demolish it.
And then to reconstruct it, it is accepted that this country will be affected for several years.
Is that because the permitting and the plans review and the inspection process involved?
Pass or fail, inspectors have no liability.
The contractor does.
Is it the tight grip of the unions that might slow walk the job?
Does the EPA come into play here?
I mean, do we have to look to see if there's any snail darters around there?
I mean, we've already had a bridge there.
But I would imagine, since this thing was done back in the 1970s, I don't know, was it 1971 that Nixon created the EPA? I can't remember.
Certainly, if it was already in existence, it was in its early days.
But the whole thing may have come into existence after this.
And so the EPA's probably got a long list of rules and things that they've got to do before they can build a bridge, even if there was already a bridge there.
How about they waive all of this and let the engineers and the contractors do their job?
Multiple contractors working together 24 hours, 7 days through completion.
There will be plenty of time to point and nod after the completion.
Pothole Pete, booty gay, can arrive and take credit during the photo op.
He can roll up his sleeves for the ribbon cutting ceremony and give him a sharp scissors so he'll actually be able to make it through the ribbon.
This country was able to take out the Nord Stream pipeline in a day without a lot of cautious hand wringing and skipped the environmental impact studies.
Because that's a pretty big impact, according to these people.
I mean, it is the essence of what they want to miss, and that is the release of all this gas.
By the way, you know, as we're talking about Russia, Ukraine, all the rest of this stuff, remember when the Ukrainians blew up that Russian bridge?
It only took them a couple of months, you know, four, five, six months to get that thing opened again.
And it completely took out half of that bridge.
The traffic going in two different directions was separated.
So it boils down to the fact they don't really care.
Our government is so dysfunctional, they really don't care.
All those are good points, Robert.
As a matter of fact, Revolver said this.
I said, here's a million-dollar question nobody is asking about the Baltimore Bridge collapse.
It's like, okay, I'll bite.
What is it? What is the million-dollar question, according to Revolver?
Can America rebuild the bridge?
And again, I talked about this on day one.
I said... You look at what it took with the Sunshine Skyway.
This was a very long bridge, very high at one point.
And in the middle of a storm, the guy who was piloting it through, and again, he was, you know, he's not the captain of the ship, but it's a harbor pilot.
He hit the pylons, knocked the bridge down.
A lot of cars and things went in.
A lot of people died. And it took them, that was 1980, it took them three years before they even began construction.
And I think it was another four years of construction to do this.
And I said, you know, compare that to what Russia did.
With their bridge that's there.
I think it was in Crimea, was it?
But, you know, it took them several years.
And probably over that period of time, you know, they had to do some planning, but it was probably a bunch of environmental nonsense that was holding them up.
They built a parallel bridge and they had enough room.
I don't know. They had to clear out a whole bunch of stuff before they began.
They got to clear this out in Baltimore, first of all.
There's ships that are trapped.
Inside that harbor. They can't get out because of the debris that's there.
But even when you go back and you look at how long it took and how much money it took to build this bridge in the first place.
They built this Baltimore Bridge in 1972 to 1977.
And it took them more time and it doubled the amount of money than they thought it was going to take them.
But overall, it cost them in 1972 dollars.
In 1977, I think that was before we really had the massive inflation that happened with OPEC. But, you know, even if it wasn't, most of this would have happened in the 72 earlier time frame.
Sixty million dollars is what it cost.
And that was double what they had budgeted.
So what would that be adjusted for the devaluation of currency by the Federal Reserve?
That'd be $453 million today to build this Baltimore Bridge.
$453 million. And it took five years.
And so now they're talking about it taking more than a decade and more than $2 billion.
And that's just the initial estimate.
That's their starting figures.
And it'll probably be double that.
I don't know about the time or whatever.
If they wanted to build it They could build it, but they don't care anymore.
You go back and look at the 1960s and early 1970s, that's when the entire interstate system was built.
But now the government and its contractors has become so corrupt and so disinterested, they just milk this stuff for whatever it's worth.
And so it's going to take a very long time.
No way, you know, it's going to cost...
The initial estimates, four times the amount of money, two times the amount of time to build this same bridge back again.
On Rumble, Bulldog, you're much better off taking ashwagandha, and it's great for adrenal fatigue and AFib.
All right, good. I'll look that up.
Thank you very much for the tip.
Appreciate that. Yeah, keep the tips coming.
I'm open to that stuff. What I'm not open to is surgery by the medical profession.
Or Pfizer drugs. Rockfin.
Goodness gracious alive.
Thank you very much.
That's the username. Thank you very much for the tip.
That's very generous. I appreciate that.
Hello, David. You're a friend of the friendless and a light in a dark world.
Well, that's kind. You're honestly one of the most influential voices in my life.
Thank you for your courage, your dedication, your faith.
Praying for you and your family. Well, thank you very much.
That is very kind of you.
We're going to take a quick break and we will be...
Right back. You're
listening to The David Knight Show.

Well, I began this last week talking a little bit about the SWIFT system, how it was central to the global central bank digital currency.
And I didn't have enough time to finish this, so I want to go back and revisit this.
And there was a clip I wanted to play for you where they're talking about the central bank digital currency.
The Western sanctions created a financial wall around the United States.
This is an article from Conservative Treehouse, and I agree with that.
You know, we always got to be careful when we talk about the wall, the wall, the wall.
As Ron Paul said with Trump's wall, he said, you know, a wall can keep people out or it can keep you in.
So be careful what you ask for.
That's one of the reasons why, besides the fact that it's easy for people to get around, over, or under a wall.
Easy for the criminals to do it.
It's going to keep in law-abiding citizens.
But the real issue is the welfare magnet.
And that's really what needs to be addressed.
And it's the welfare magnet.
It's not even, you know, the jobs issue.
Because they're using the jobs issue now to get people to sign on to an ID. E-Verify.
Make it mandatory. So we all have to have permission of the government.
We get a number in order to get a job.
No, no. They always create these problems. They keep them going. They run on them election after election.
They never do anything about it, and then they use it to pull in their whatever their MacGuffin is when they get there. Well now we have the sanctions that really again, did they backfire or was it the plan all along to hurt Europe and to a degree America as well?
Was it a plan to sabotage our system that they would like to completely rewrite?
That is a goal, a stated goal of Biden when he put his CBDC goals out for all of the bureaucracy in the spring of 2022.
The very first goal, how to redesign, completely redesign the financial system.
They would like to get this thing out of the way.
They don't care how much damage they do to us.
They figure they're going to come out on top.
They're making the rules. So, the Western sanctions created a financial wall around the USA, not to keep Russia out, but to keep us in.
The Western sanctions regime, the financial mechanisms they created and authorized, created the control gate that will lead us to a digital currency.
And so, that's coming from Conservative Treehouse.
That's their comment on it.
Reuters says, Has gone from being virtually unknown outside banking circles to a household name since 2022 when it cut most of Russia's banks off from its network as part of the West's sanctions for the invasion of Ukraine.
So it all happened at exactly the same time.
We're going to, you know, they knew that Russia was going to attack around that time frame.
I mean, Arrestovich had said it three years earlier.
Well, there's no chance for peace, he told the reporter.
As a matter of fact, in three years, in 2022, we're going to have a war with Russia.
Ukraine is going to be completely devastated.
Oh, no, that's horrible, said the reporter.
He goes, no, the good news is we get to get into NATO. They knew it was going to be sometime around 2022, and in 2022, they...
We wanted to begin planning and, you know, making these things start to come together for CBDC. So, it is interesting.
They make their long-term plans on it.
Reuters says global bank messaging network, SWIFT, is planning a new platform in the next one to two years to connect the wave of central bank digital currencies now in development to the existing finance system that it has.
They told that to Reuters.
The move, which would be one of the most significant yet for the CBDC ecosystem, given SWIFT's key role in global banking is likely to be fine-tuned when the first major ones are launched.
Around 90% of the world's central banks are now exploring digital versions of their currencies.
Most don't wanna be left behind by Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, but are grappling with technological complexities.
SWIFT's head of innovation said its latest trial, which took six months and involved 38 member group of central banks, commercial banks, and settlement platforms had been one of the largest global collaborations on CBDCs and tokenized assets to date.
We're looking at a roadmap to productize, in other words, the launch as a product, over the next 12 to 24 months.
This is their time frame for when they want to roll out CBDC. Although the time frame could still shift if major economy CBDC launches get delayed, getting out of the blocks for when they do would be a major boost for maintaining SWIFT's incumbent dominance in the bank-to-bank plumbing network.
A raft of heavyweight commercial banks including HSBC, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered, and CLS-FX, these are some foreign banks we don't know, as well as two banks at least from China, The idea is that once the interlink solution is scaled up, banks would have one main global connection point able to handle digital asset payments rather than thousands of them if they were to set up an individual one with every counterparty.
So, all of this is there as a response to the so-called problem of Russia.
Their problem, their solution.
Larry Fink of BlackRock had said back in March of 2022, when all this began with the Ukraine war in Russia, he said the Russian-Ukraine war could end up accelerating digital currencies as a tool to settle international transactions.
Maybe they all knew this.
Maybe they all talked about this at Bilderberg.
What do you think? In a letter to the shareholders, he said the war will push, and this is back in 2022, as it happened.
Fink said the war will push countries to reassess currency dependencies and that BlackRock was studying digital currencies and stable coins due to increased client interest.
This is one of the reasons why I'm very skeptical of these Bitcoin ETFs and things like that.
Everything they do is moving us relentlessly towards CBDC. They're going to use that somehow to move us into CBDC. That's the thing that really concerns me.
So again, it was March of 2022 that they invaded.
It was March of 2022 that Biden put out that executive order.
It didn't get a lot of attention. I noticed it about a month or so before his deadline.
He said, in six months, get back to me, okay?
And he told everybody in the deep state, everybody in the bureaucratic branches that are all under the president, the deep state was completely under Trump his entire four years.
But he told all of them, he said, one of four areas, how to design it.
We need the software that we're going to run.
We need law enforcement to enforce it on people.
And then we need an excuse, the climate.
So everybody report back to me in one of those four areas.
And they did in September of 2022.
So, they said, while the U.S. has not yet decided whether it will pursue a CBDC, the U.S. has been closely examining the implications of and the options for issuing a CBDC. That's the White House, the Biden White House.
And, of course, they're lying.
And, of course, Jerome Powell is lying as well.
He goes in and he talks to the Senate and says, oh, we've got no plans for CBDC. And we all know that's a lie.
As a matter of fact, at the same time he does that, he hands out a document to the House, which Tom Emmer, the whip, showed everybody because he is allied with people who are involved in cryptocurrencies.
So he's in opposition to the CBDCs.
Tom Emmer releases the document and says, here's our seven key duties for the Federal Reserve.
Number six and number seven.
We're FedNow and FedCoin, the CBDC. That's a key duty to get that CBDC. And yet they say, oh, well, we're just thinking about it.
Nothing definite about this at all.
So it is a very detailed plan.
And I want to play for you a clip.
This is a woman whose father...
Served as a senior aide to Presidents JFK, Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, and Gerald Ford.
It doesn't matter, Republican or Democrat.
Two Democrats, two Republicans.
He was a senior aide to them.
And in this segment, she says the quiet part out loud.
What underpins a world order is always the financial system.
I was very privileged.
My father was an advisor to Nixon when they came off the gold standard in 71.
And so I was brought up with a kind of inside view of how very important the financial structure is to absolutely everything else.
And what we're seeing in the world today, I think, is we are on the brink of a dramatic change where we are about to, and I'll say this boldly, we're about to abandon the traditional system of money and accounting and introduce a new one.
And the new one, the new accounting, is what we call blockchain.
It means digital.
It means having an almost perfect record of every single transaction that happens in the economy, which will give us far greater clarity over what's going on.
It also raises huge dangers in terms of the balance of power between states and citizens.
In my opinion, we're going to need a digital constitution of human rights if we're going to have digital money.
But also this new money will be sovereign in nature.
Most people think that digital money is crypto and private.
But what I see are superpowers introducing digital currency.
The Chinese were the first.
The US is on the brink, I think, of moving in the same direction.
The Europeans have committed to that as well.
Yeah, well, the US is on the brink of doing it, on the brink of disaster, the brink of tyranny.
And as you point out, we're going to have to have a digital identity for everybody.
Oh, that's the whole point.
You know, which comes first, the chicken or the egg?
Which comes first, the CBDC or the digital identity?
Well, they're one and the same thing, aren't they?
And so she said, we need to have some kind of a digital constitution for a global government, I guess, because nobody seems to be talking about any of this.
Not even the Republicans who say that they are opposed to CBDC. They're not talking about constraining technology companies in any way, shape, or form.
And who would write this digital bill of rights, this digital constitution or something?
You know, who represents us to do this and who's going to follow it?
Since we've got governments all over the place that have constitutions and bills of rights and they completely ignore them.
You know, China's got a really fine bill of rights that they completely ignore.
America's got a really good bill of rights that we completely ignore.
So I guess we need to have a new one so they can use it.
To blindfold and to mislead the public in thinking that something is actually going to be done about that, when in reality, they're not going to do anything at all about it.
On Rumble, Owen61, thank you for the tip.
Says, thank you, David. The Rumble chat totally rocks.
Yeah, we got some great people on there.
Absolutely do. Let me just say is where...
About to close out.
There is a stop digital currency tyranny that the John Burke Society is running.
There's several different bills to stop this.
There's two in the House and one in the Senate to stop CBDC. Call your elected representatives.
They really do listen to this kind of stuff.
But barring that, The best thing that you can do, I think, far better than crypto, in my opinion, is gold.
This is an article from Kitco.
The headline is the only thing I've got time to read to you, I think.
Forget Bitcoin, they said.
Why gold is the ultimate safe haven asset in uncertain times.
And, again, Tony Arterman, good friend of the show, long-term supporter of the show.
He's set up davidknight.gold.
That'll take you to wisewolf.gold.
And, by the way, Tony's show starts right after this show as well.
So he's got a show there as well.
You can get gold and silver.
You can get it small amounts.
You can get large amounts. You can put it in an IRA. You can be a part of his Wolfpack Club to get you quantity discounts on small, regular, monthly purchases.
You can do them pretty much any size.
And if you join up at a regular level, it lets you set aside some money on a regular basis.
Folks are coming in really hard on this stuff.
And when you look at the, again, as I said, when you look at Bitcoin, the ETF, and the way that they have set up this ETF structure, that is the thing that I think is really concerning as well.
Because look at what they were able to do with derivatives to the real estate market.
Is real estate real?
Oh, absolutely. Is it valuable?
Absolutely. And I'm not saying that Bitcoin is not, but look at how they used derivatives to manipulate that market to their advantage.
I think they will use derivatives to manipulate the cryptocurrency to their advantage because they see that Bitcoin, gold, silver, things like that, you have to get rid of their competition.
There can only be one. They've got to have one global currency.
They will talk about it as if it is local, national currencies, but it'll all be part of this one system as I was just reading it to you.
It's a global system that they're designing.
And, you know, you will deal with what appears to be your country's central bank, if that's any consolation.
But in reality, it's the same type of rules that the British government used when they ruled India.
The civil service was completely set up with people from that country, but at the top, they had their hand-picked people.
You just felt like you were dealing with your countrymen there.
That's the way this global governance is going to run out.
They will maintain that illusion of a national government.
So make sure you've got something outside of that.
Again, DavidKnight.gold will take you to Tony Ardman.
Thank you for joining us today.
Have a good day. Let me tell you, The David Knight Show, you can listen to with your ears.
You can even watch it by using your eyes.
In fact, if you can hear me, that means you're listening to The David Knight Show right now.
