Using free speech to free minds you're listening to the David night show As the clock strikes 13
it's Thursday, the 7th of March, year of our Lord, 2024.
Well, we have unfunded liabilities in the United States.
We look at Medicare, Social Security, other things like that.
This is not even including all the new liabilities being incurred as we pull people across the border with a welfare magnet.
But already, it is $175 trillion that is unfunded in terms of mandates and entitlements.
And now you know why they have the kill shot and democide.
And you know why they are working to continue with that.
So we're going to try to debunk some of the denial about what is actually happening.
We're going to begin with the news and take a look at this new budget.
The Congress is never changing.
It doesn't matter who the speaker is, does it?
Never changes. We'll be right back.
We'll be right back. Yes, we've had the House has now passed a $460 billion government funding deal, and even that is deceptive because that's just the first part.
They're doing this in stages so people don't see the full price tag.
This is what our new speaker has done.
Johnson has become such a disappointment, but really, I guess, not a surprise.
There's a lot of questions in my mind as to why all of a sudden, where'd this guy come from?
Who is this guy? And how did he get chosen here?
Know nothing about him?
You know, they have several ballots that are going through, and all of a sudden, this guy just comes out of nowhere?
The easily cleared the house, though, the bipartisan vote.
Most of the Republicans and Democrats voted for this.
339 to only 85 opposed to this.
And there's much in here to oppose.
But certainly the fiscal irresponsibility in and of itself, in its totality, in its complexity, and all the earmarks and pork barrel projects that they've got in here.
A chunk of House Republicans vote against the spinning wheel because it did nothing about the border.
Wasn't that something that Johnson was going to do something about?
They said, well, yeah, we're going to keep funding these wars, but we are going to do something actually to defend our border.
No, no, not at all.
We want to limit the size and the scope of the federal government, said Johnson.
But the reality is right now that we have a divided government.
You know, how did we get into this situation?
Remember when Trump was elected?
Do you remember that when he got elected, we had a Republican president, we had a Republican House, we had a Republican Senate.
What did they do? Nothing.
And so here is Johnson talking about his fake cuts.
We have advanced, and we also advanced, as you've seen the summary, cuts to some of the agencies that we believe are really overreaching and have been turned in some ways against the American people.
We're going to cut 3% from DOJ, 7% from the ATF, 6% from the FBI, and 10%.
We have a lot more priorities and things that we need to advance, but the reality is, as we all recognize, is that we have to grow the House majority, take back the Senate for the Republican Party, and win the White House.
And I'm here to tell you the reason we're optimistic is we believe those things are going to happen in November.
We can't wait. That day can't get here soon enough.
Oh, okay. So they're going to take back the White House and they're going to grow their majority there in the House and take back the Senate.
And so we'll be right back to 2017 where they did nothing.
And, you know, it's going to cut the EPA by 10 percent?
Seriously? The EPA that is out there saying, well, we're going to ban all car repairs.
We're going to shut down power plants that feed the grid.
We're going to redesign the cars and all the rest of the stuff.
They are growing, as I said the other day.
They're metastasizing. Like a cancer.
And we're at stage 4+.
I guess this is stage 5 of the federal cancer.
They need to be getting rid of the EPA, not cutting it by 10%.
It's ridiculous.
And what else is in there?
Well, you've got Chip Roy, who, along with Thomas Massey, A couple of the only good people there in Congress.
And he's, along with Ted Cruz, Chip Roy, calling it the swamp omnibus.
Create a hashtag for that.
They are going to, of course, there was a question as to whether or not they took this out or not, but there was millions in it for LGBT sex parties.
And, of course, they're now funding a program to tag and track cattle electronically.
I guess they'll try it on the cattle first, and then they'll do it with us.
Oh, that's right. They're already doing it with us.
This is to shut down our food supply.
And this is what you're going to be going into further debt for.
The House Freedom Caucus opposes the $1.65 trillion.
See, that's what it really is. Everything about this is dishonest.
The way that they're rolling this out in stages is dishonest.
You know, the headlines are $460 billion.
Oh, that's not too bad.
No, it's $1.65 trillion.
And it says, set at the top of the program, $175 trillion.
And unfunded welfare magnet mandates.
And we've got everybody that's coming across the border.
We're giving them equal or superior benefits to what Americans are getting.
$1.65 trillion.
It'll be decided in two halves.
The first being brought to the floor this week under suspension of the rules.
The group, House Freedom Caucus, said even in the face of $34.4 trillion in national debt, the omnibus bill will bust the bipartisan spending cap signed into law less than a year ago.
These people, same Congress, same Speaker, they sign in spending caps and they're already ignoring that.
It's just unbelievable.
This is why I say, Washington is not ever going to be fixed.
We passed the point of no return a long, long, long time ago.
This is why there's a building consensus.
We're going to get to this later. Building consensus in the United States for secession.
Overall, 23% of American people just want to get rid of the federal government.
They want to leave it. And it's higher in some areas.
Alaska is the highest one, followed by Texas.
I don't think that secession is actually the way to go.
I think that's going to invite violence from these people who are thugs.
We've seen what thugs the federal government is, especially under Democrats, but even under Republicans.
And so that's going to be a red flag, an excuse for them to kill people openly.
I think we need to proceed with nullification, with non-commandeering, by asserting authority and doing this in a quiet, stealthy way.
I'm not for a full-on shooting war.
In defense, yes, but don't kick it off with secession.
Don't make it look like you are the one that is doing it.
And that's the way they will do it, of course.
There's no reason that secession has to imply war.
But it always has with the American government.
I mean, just look at what is going on, you know, the whole thing about Ukraine.
You know, they start a coup.
A couple of republics say, well, we would like to not be in Ukraine anymore.
We want to associate with Russia. No, you're not going to be allowed to do that.
They start, for eight years, they kill civilians.
And again, I pointed out in the past, you look at Scandinavia.
These different countries, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, all the...
They have joined together, split apart in various combinations over and over again.
And never had a war over any of that.
Why can't we act like that?
But of course, that's not the character of the American empire.
It is an empire. And I mean, even, you know, this is really baked in to the American character, baked in to a government.
The fact that it somehow diminishes them if other people have self-government.
I don't understand that.
I mean, the big thing in the Civil War was not, well, we're here to get you guys because you're gut slaves.
Most of them didn't have slaves.
They didn't call them even rebels.
They called them secesh.
That was the key thing. They were angry because they wanted to go on their own.
How dare you diminish my empire here that's here?
I'll bought into that.
Well, let's look at what the empire is doing.
Even in the face of a $34.5 trillion national debt, they still come in here.
Hundreds of pages of earmarks.
Worth billions. The earmarks are things that are put in there for a particular politician to take back to his constituents and say, here's what I got.
One Republican senator, said Thomas Massey, gets eight earmarks In the omnibus today, a Republican senator.
See, this is the thing about Thomas Massey.
He's not a partisan whore.
He points it out, people right or wrong, he doesn't try to play this party game.
He said, we've gone backwards 14 years to before the 2010 Tea Party began.
Chip Roy, again, he and Mike Lee calling it the swamp omnibus.
Chip Roy said, this means more illegals and less freedom.
We've yet to see the bill that funds radical progressive Democrats' mass release policies and the NGOs behind it.
Because, again, Chip Roy, some of these other people, everybody knows what's happening.
We've had a lot of reports from it.
Everybody knows now that we give the money to the UN and then you have these other NGOs that are funded by Bill Gates or Soros or whatever.
And they're giving all this money...
To these organizations that are bringing people in, injecting them down into South or Central America, and they come up the Darien Gap.
We are blowing past bipartisan spending caps, writes Chip Roy.
They were enacted just last year.
We're blowing past them by 69 billion dollars.
We are funding mass illegal alien releases and radical, progressive, Democrat-run government $30 billion more than Pelosi.
More than Pelosi. So I say, such a disappointment, to put it mildly, I think it's betrayal by Mike Johnson.
And I say betrayal because you say you're going to do one thing, you do something else, completely different.
Do the exact opposite of what...
You were put in there to do the exact opposite of what you said you're going to do.
I think that's a betrayal. Lobbyists got $15 million to implement electronic tracking of all cattle in the U.S. Thomas Massey writes, and he says, no law authorizes this.
Where do they get the...
It'll be used by the Green Agenda, he said, to limit beef production.
And it'll be used by the corporate meat oligopoly to dominate small ranchers.
So, they just have blown past all this idea about the IRS. Remember that?
That was even one thing that Mike Johnson was talking about when he became Speaker.
Well, we won't grow it as much as Pelosi and McCarthy wanted to do.
You know, they wanted to do it. Well, actually, he came in with the McCarthy figure.
Pelosi wanted to grow the IRS and make it seven times bigger.
McCarthy wanted to make it five times bigger.
He goes, I'll go with the McCarthy thing.
He doesn't want to stop the increase.
Still going to make it five times bigger.
Guess what? Now he's back to seven times bigger.
Now he's back to where Pelosi was.
We had all this back and forth, and you had Matt Gaetz and all these other people grabbing the spotlight.
We've got to get a different speaker in there.
They've got Mike Johnson, and now he's going to spend as much as Nancy Pelosi on the IRS. He's going to grow it by a factor of seven.
And then he's got $30 billion more for what is going on with the illegal foreign citizens being brought in here illegally.
$30 billion more than Nancy Pelosi.
Isn't that interesting?
You know, this is why partisanship doesn't work.
You have to look at what people do.
There's a million dollar earmark in the omnibus bill for an LGBT center where people have BDSM sex parties.
And this is from Thomas Massey.
He said, after Libs of TikTok and I exposed it, the earmarks sponsors want it removed from the bill.
But there's just one problem.
It's stuck in the bill that we're voting on this week.
Now, he said that on March the 6th, which is yesterday.
And it got passed.
I'm getting conflicting.
I can't tell if it's in there or not.
I mean, this thing is thousands of pages.
We have conflicting reports about it.
Fetterman was in Pennsylvania, so Fetterman and the other Democrat senator there made some statements to pull this thing out, but then Fetterman got some pushback against it, said, well, we'll put it back in next year, even if it's out this year.
Is it out? Is it in?
Is it out? We don't know. Either way, we're getting screwed on this thing, right?
So, yeah, Semaphore said, Congress strips the funding from this over the sex parties.
Whether that is true or not, again, I said I cannot confirm this.
Fetterman and Bob Casey were the senators.
They sent letters to appropriators on Tuesday requesting that they cut the earmark from the budget legislation expected to pass this week.
Now, it was yesterday that Thomas Massey said it's still in there.
So, again, they...
It's BDSM-themed parties.
They describe them as sex kink parties.
And then the circumstances of this, a Fetterman, when called about it, says, well, I didn't want that taken out of there.
I 1,000% support funding for this center that's having BDSM sex parties that should be funded by the federal government.
Because, of course, that is the legitimate purpose of government, isn't it?
To push depravity?
And to fund it? Isn't that our values?
I mean, when we went to war with Ukraine, everybody was waving the rainbow flag.
The one flag that we can all unite under, globally.
The flag of global government.
The rainbow flag.
Fetterman later released a statement seeking to clarify the issue.
He said, unfortunately, at the 11th hour, my staff was made aware that funding for William Way, the center, which was in the bill because I championed it, Would not pass in the appropriation process.
The choice was to either pull it or to watch it get stripped out, he said.
But he added that he'll push again for the money next year.
So, we don't know.
But he 1,000% supports that.
Because that is the legitimate function of government, right?
This is why a quarter of adults want the states to secede.
Alaska is the highest at 36%.
This is a survey...
That was, I'm trying to see who did the survey.
In Alaska, they've got an organization called The Last Frontier that is trying to do that.
In Texas, they're not at 36, they're at 31% of the people who would like to see secession.
And as I point out, it's not just in Republican-leaning states.
In California, 29% of the people want to secede.
In New York, 28%.
And going back to 2017 again, when as soon as Trump came in, my program began in August of 2017.
And my very first guest was somebody from a left-wing organization in California that wanted to secede.
And I brought him on and I said, please, how can we help you?
Can I pack your bags?
Can I carry them to the door?
What can we do to get California to go away?
And I've had a lot of people in conservative areas of California say, wait a minute, they're going to kick us out.
Now you need to try to get out of California, just as some of the people in the Northeast are, some of the people in western Washington state and Oregon are trying to disassociate themselves with that state.
But that's not going to work.
The only thing that you can do is to try to take control of local government and make a stand there.
I know it's not a perfect situation.
There's no perfect situations, but I think that's the best we can do.
But when you look at the rest of the country, it's about 23% on average.
Several are at a quarter or more.
Oklahoma, Nebraska, Georgia, Florida, Washington.
Washington State are about 24% to 28% for them.
But, as I said, nationwide, 23%.
And in this, scroll down a little bit, there is a, look at this picture.
If Texas secedes, now scroll down.
Wait, if Texas secedes, do we still get our Social Security check?
See, this is how they control us.
I keep telling all these people who say, Trump didn't do anything.
I say, you understand how the federal government controls everything.
They control individuals. They control local government.
They control state government.
Everything. How? By the money.
By the fiat currency.
This is why it is so important to them to have the Federal Reserve.
They just keep printing this money.
This is their way that they have control over us.
They get us addicted to this spending.
I mean, just take a look.
And I tried to spell this out for somebody yesterday on the internet.
She could not understand it.
All these people still, you know, defending Trump.
I said, look, here's the way it works.
You know, he paid them $13,000 to point a finger at somebody and say they got COVID. And then if they put them on a ventilator, $39,000.
Then everything, they get a 20% bonus.
They're raking in the money.
This is great. And then a year later...
Biden says, and now you're going to vaccinate everybody, vaccinate all the nurses and the doctors and everybody in your hospital.
And if you don't, we're not only going to stop that gravy train that Trump put you on, but we're going to stop all the Medicare funding to your organization.
They get people addicted to it, and then they pull it out.
And the withdrawal, they can't handle it.
And so they do whatever the government wants.
This is the way they operate.
This is the way they get around the 10th Amendment and so forth.
It's by bribing people.
So people look at this and say, well, wait a minute.
If we secede, am I going to get my Social Security check or whatever?
You know, you need to stop and think about how much taxes you're going to be sending in, you know, for this little Social Security check that they give you that you can't live off of anyway.
It's just crazy.
People, for example, here he is in Texas.
So if Texas secedes, do I get my Social Security check?
No, but you also don't get a bill from the IRS and you get the IRS out of your life.
There is no income tax in Texas.
And so in this story from the Daily Mail, they go to experts.
The experts tell this British paper that secession is not allowed.
The British paper realized that that's the same thing that George III said.
Sorry, you can't do that. Can't do that.
I'm not going to allow that. And so, we have experts everywhere, don't we?
And we had on CBS, Face the Nation, they had experts from the ATF on.
They had, first of all, the guy that Biden has put in as head of the ATF. I don't know how this guy got his job.
He doesn't know anything about guns, and he's not a cross-dressing LGBT member or anything.
He's not into putting people on chains and walking them around like Sam Britton.
How did this guy become? He doesn't know anything about LGBT sex, evidently, or about guns.
He's totally unqualified for a federal job.
But he went on with this CBS reporter on Face the Nation, and he brings Chris Bort, the acting chief of ATF's Firearms Ammunition Technology Division.
And this video runs for about 22 minutes or so.
I'm going to just show you the relevant part of it here, although there's a lot of interesting stuff in it.
He goes over and he says...
The guy who knows nothing about guns.
And whenever they ask him a question, I know nothing.
I have experts who do this.
It's like, well, you're head of the ATF. Don't you know anything about this?
He doesn't know anything, and he doesn't care to know anything about firearms or the Constitution or the Second Amendment or any of that stuff.
Blissfully ignorant. He's just there to shut down people's liberties.
And so as he's talking to the CBS reporter, he says, we've put these things here in pairs.
You know, we've got rifles here and we've got, you know, other pistols and things like that.
And he says, we put these things together because in each of these pairs, we have a legitimate one.
And then we have kind of this gray market, black market, illegitimate thing.
You know, it's kind of like Noah.
You know, you've got the clean animals, you've got the unclean animals.
These are unclean guns over here.
And so he says, the first one that he does, he says, so this is a fully automatic weapon.
Nobody can have that but the government.
Only the military can have that.
Maybe if you've got an old one that's grandfathered in, if you pay the money to us, but typically nobody but the government gets one of these things.
And he says, and then down here we've got A gun that's been fitted with a bump stock.
And she looks at it and she goes, so how does that work?
And so the expert picks the thing up and he's got the stock there and he's moving it back and forth.
It still doesn't shoot except every time you pull the trigger.
So you've got to labor to work.
And he's like trying to do that and she doesn't.
Ask anything about how that works or how that makes it fully automatic.
Certainly, it doesn't look fully automatic to me.
There's a whole lot of manual stuff going on there.
But she says, but how many, how fast is that fire stuff?
And he goes, oh, hundreds of rounds a minute, not a second.
They corrected that from the other day.
They were saying hundreds of, something like 800 rounds a second, you know, which is...
Way, way, way past the Gatlin guns on the AC-130s.
And so, yeah, they, oh, be afraid.
It fires lots and lots and lots of bullets.
And so, then they get down to a Glock.
And this is what happens with the ATF expert.
My hands are...
He's looking at, oh, that's a frame.
Oh, examining it as if she knows something.
Now here, he's going to try to pull this off.
Oh, let's see. Let's try it again.
Oh, he's struggling.
He's turning to the side. He's still struggling.
He puts it down.
He grabs the other one. He's still struggling.
Oh, okay. He got it off.
There we go. Basically, what they do...
This is like plastic.
This is the plastic piece with about 20 minutes of work.
They can make it into a working firearm, and then they can buy the aftermarket parts and attach that, simply attach that on.
Wasn't that good? I mean, aren't we supposed to be, you know, increasing productivity?
You know, you only have to do that for 20 minutes or whatever.
Yeah, he knows and cares as much about guns as he does the Constitution, because he's never really tried to do either one, so he is humbled on social media.
And so then we had another expert.
You know, we have this trial that's going on.
We all know about the Rust movie where Alec Baldwin just picks up a gun and starts pointing it around and goes, pew, pew, pew, whatever.
Actually, there was a live bullet, a real bullet in this, and killed the camera woman and everything.
So they just had the armorer, the person who is supposed to be in control of the weapons, They just had a trial for her conclude.
I'll tell you what they ruled on it.
But first of all, there was an expert witness there.
Another expert, just like the ATF's expert.
This expert witness points a gun at the judge.
He's actually there for the defense.
I guess maybe the point is that, you know, look, here, I'm an expert witness.
But even I do stuff like that that's really stupid.
Even I point guns at people.
So... My son says, something tells me that if you had more time, you wouldn't be able to do that in 20 minutes.
Yeah, I think so.
Brian Taylor says, Social Security is a Ponzi scheme.
You're absolutely right. It was done by Bismarck in Germany.
They picked the age of 65.
Why? Because that was a life expectancy in Germany at the time.
They never planned on anybody getting it.
Maybe they still aren't planning on people getting it.
That's why they did the injections and started with the older people, and they're still out there even though they're talking about the injections and how they don't work and how dangerous they are.
They're focusing on older people.
A Syrian girl. Unfortunately, many who are elderly depend on Social Security check.
Yes, the government has forcibly stolen from us all our productive years, and we have a valid claim to getting a few dollars back now.
I agree. Ayn Rand was hammered because she said, no, I take Social Security.
Oh, you're a libertarian.
You don't think there ought to be any welfare.
Well, this is not welfare. I paid into it all these years, and it's only a small amount of Considering what I paid into.
And when you look at the dollar amount of this, you look at how they have devastated the purchasing power of the dollar.
Yeah. And then when you get, if you work at all to try to supplement this, they take it away.
I mean, they have set the, everything about it is a deception.
I told Karen when we first got married, I told her, I said, there's a better chance that there's UFOs than I'll ever get any money out of Social Security.
Who knows? The jury is still out on both of those.
Brian Taylor, that video was hilarious.
The ATF agent didn't know how to dissemble a Glock.
As a matter of fact, I didn't put it in here, but in the article...
They put up a link to somebody showing how to do it.
The entire video was just a little bit over a minute.
But the part where he takes that off is what he was trying to disassemble there.
That is about 10 seconds, maybe.
KWD-68. No federal budget since 2008.
Just keep digging a hole, writes Rumford.
When they own the money printer, I guess they don't care.
Yeah. Grammy for God.
Johnson was placed there just like the rest of them.
Yeah, that's right.
Yeah, it just came out of nowhere.
KWD-68. I'm sending my tax payment straight to Zelensky's Rolls-Royce dealer.
Yeah, that's right. Of course, maybe his private plane, maybe his French villa payment, whatever, or his wife's Parisian shopping trip.
Michael DeSylvia, could you imagine trying to balance a secret budget?
Sorry, I can't tell you what's in that.
It's hidden. I can't tell you how much is in there.
KWD68, you can fit the decent members of Congress in your Miata, David.
That's right, and I'd still have a seat left over.
Atomic Dog. Has that guy ever seen or fired a gun before?
LOL. Christian Constitutional Conservative.
No mention of the IRS. That's right.
That's the thing that really grates me now.
They knew that was a sore point, but now they're fully on board.
They don't really care. These people, what they tell you, and then just walk away from it.
It's just amazing. DG8, the one thing for sure Mike Johnson stopped was support for the pro-life movement.
Yeah. He is a fraud, claims to be a Christian while shutting down anti-abortion bills in Louisiana.
Well, that's something I don't know about, but that's interesting.
I know that when they start talking about how they want to federalize this, That's going to blow back in the worst possible way.
First of all, when they federalize it, they are going to liberalize these abortion laws in most of the places where it's illegal right now.
But once you federalize it, for which there is no authority for it to be federalized by the Congress or by the Supreme Court, once you do that, the states that are pro-life will abide by this new higher level and not protect babies.
Once the Democrats get a majority, they're going to raise that bar to where there's no restrictions whatsoever.
Tucker, Chris...
FTW for the win.
Americans are ready to act, but there's no unifying figure to rally around.
Well, again, that is, you know, that is something we have to do at the local level.
We have to build from the ground up.
And I think if we try to do a top-down thing, it's not going to work.
Not going to work.
I could not be more convinced that But a top-down solution, looking for some savior to come onto the scene to fix things from the top-down, that is never going to work.
They will send you somebody like Trump who will stab you in the back as soon as you're looking the other way.
So again, going back to this expert witness at the Alec Baldwin shooting, and it's actually not the Baldwin trial, but it was Hannah Guterres-Reed, who was the person in charge of the weapons, they call him the armorer, The final witness for the defense was a firearm expert who pointed the gun directly at the judge.
Spectators gasped.
He had not shown the court that it was unloaded.
Unlike Baldwin, the expert's finger was not on the trigger.
But the firearm expert...
And here we'll pull up the...
This is a bigger version of the picture here.
The firearm expert is Frank Louis Blair Kuki...
I'm serious. His name is K-O-U-C-K-Y. And I'm going to pronounce that kooky.
Who had been shooting, he said, almost from birth.
Yeah, me too. Pew, pew, pew, pew, pew.
Pick up a little stick and it's a gun.
Pew, pew, pew. Point at people and make the noise.
Asked by the defense attorney, Jason Bowles, to show the revolvers that he brought with him to the jury as he took the guns out of the bag, Bowles instructed him to remove the cylinder to confirm to the court that they were unloaded.
First rule of gun safety is to assume that a gun is loaded until you show someone that it is not.
But he did not abide by this rule.
Instead, the expert took the first revolver out of a case and pointed it at the ceiling.
The prosecution objected, and both lawyers went to the judge's bench.
The judge said, first of all, everybody's nervous because you've not demonstrated to us that they are unloaded.
So before you start showing us the weapons, make sure they're unloaded, including the one that you just touched.
And of course the second rule of gun safety is to never point a gun at something or someone that you don't intend to shoot.
And so you see this is what he's doing now.
As he's showing people, he's got it pointed at the judge.
And you see the deputy there in the court with a white glove.
As soon as he sees him pointing it, as he's there talking about it and pointing it at the judge, and so the court deputy with a white glove reaches over and takes the gun away from him and then points it to the ground.
Finally, the judge asked Kuki to show the jury the two guns.
The first is a replica fake revolver.
They cannot fire.
The other one is a replica real gun.
The same one that was used by Baldwin and Rust.
This time, he pointed the firearm at the wall behind him, but toward the court TV camera, which is exactly what Alec Baldwin did.
He pointed the gun at the camera, go pew, pew, and killed the camera person.
And then he removed the cylinder after he pointed it at that.
During cross-examination, the prosecutor pressed Kooky on a seemingly negligent handling of the gun.
Mr. Kooky, did you...
It's K-O-U-C-K-Y. Maybe he's got a...
It's not Frankenstein.
It's Frankenstein. Do you agree with me that basic gun safety requires that the handler of the gun does not point the gun at anyone?
Well, if it's a real gun, yes, he said.
Do you agree with me that while you were sitting here in the courtroom, you pulled out a gun and you pointed it at the judge?
Well, I do not, says Kooky.
You disagree? asked Morrissey.
And again, here's the picture. I pointed the gun into the space up here, waving his hand into the air.
Never directly at the judge.
That's what he did with the first one.
So, yeah, that's their expert witness, who, I guess, promptly disqualified himself.
They should have asked him to remove the disassemble of Glock.
I mean, if he couldn't do it, he could get a job at the ATF at least.
So they had the trial, and they found the armor, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter and the accidental shooting.
She faces up to, they've not had the sentencing yet, but she faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine.
Both the person who died and another person staying there were struck by the bullet, which had somehow been loaded into the prop gun.
The production was only supposed to be using dummy ammunition.
Live ammunition is expressly prohibited on any movie set by the industry and the union guidelines.
And that's the question. And it goes even beyond, you know, pointing the gun at somebody, keeping your finger on the trigger, as Alec Baldwin did.
But the armor, why in the world would they have a live, you know, a real bullet there?
Really made no sense.
But, while we're talking about all these experts who know absolutely nothing about their field of expertise, the good news is, is that in North Carolina, on Tuesday, when they had the election, in the primary, they got a non-expert And education, according to these people, defeated the North Carolina superintendent of education in North Carolina.
And this non-expert, which they're all just wringing their hands and saying, how could this be?
Yahoo says, North Carolina schools chief loses the primary to a homeschooling parent who is critical of, quote, radical agendas.
How could that be? Somebody who is a homeschooler now?
Yeah. The superintendent of education, could they possibly get it right?
I don't know. We'll have to see what happens.
But the establishment is very concerned about this, non-expert being there.
So, Catherine Truitt was the former superintendent of public instruction statewide.
She lost on Tuesday to Michelle Morrow, a homeschooling parent and a conservative activist who has accused public schools of indoctrinating students with left-linging views on race and gender.
And this is exactly what should happen.
Just what we've been saying for the longest time.
I give credit to Alex Newman who said, you've got to get your kid.
Think of the school building as being on fire.
Get your kid out of there, number one.
Which she did. Number two...
Put the fire out so it doesn't burn down the entire neighborhood.
And that's what she's doing, so good for her.
Truett, in her first term as the superintendent of public instruction in North Carolina, led it during the COVID lockdown.
Well, there you go. She got re-election support from dozens of Republicans in the state legislature.
And from U.S. Senator Tom Tillis, Mr.
Toll Road himself.
There's Tom Tillis who brought the Toll Roads in.
Tom Tillis is one of the biggest globalists, as you can imagine.
And it was amazing to watch this happen when I was there.
Skip Stam, great guy, honest guy, who had been, while the Republicans had been in the minority, He'd been the House Minority Leader for a very long time.
He should have been the Speaker of the House.
And all of a sudden, just like with Speaker Johnson, out of nowhere comes this guy, Tom Tillis.
It's like, who's this guy? And they made him the Speaker of the House.
And it's like, uh-oh, uh-oh.
Skip Stan was an honest guy.
First thing Tom Tillis did, he started working with these foreign corporations that put toll roads in North Carolina that never had them.
And next thing you know, he's on a fast track to become U.S. Senator.
And one of the most...
He's a globalist U.S. senator.
So he was supporting this superintendent of public instruction there.
On the other hand, the homeschooling parent, mother, Michelle Morrow, is a nurse, a former Christian missionary.
On paper, she's looking much, you know, her resume is looking better and better.
She ran unsuccessfully for Wake County School Board in 2022.
She criticized Truett for seeking to briefly delay the implementation of a new Parents' Bill of Rights.
Now, this is coming from Yahoo.
So this previous superintendent of public instruction had blocked the Parents' Bill of Rights.
She tried to delay it.
She tried to derail it.
But eventually, the North Carolina legislature got through there.
And that probably helped to seal her fate.
And so, she'll be running against Mo Green, the Vegas casino guy who got shot in the eye.
No, this is the different Mo Green, different Democrat, but he's going to be her opponent.
She's running against Mo Green.
And then in North Carolina, things got even more interesting when we had the very interesting lieutenant governor there, Robinson, who won the primary, and he's going to be running for governor.
And he kind of took on all of this pedophile grooming thing straight on.
Here's something else I'm not supposed to say.
but two genders!
hehehehe two genders!
two genders!
hehehehe Thank you.
Ain't nothing but men and women!
And I can already see WRAL out there, they got their licking their pencils around, trying to write fear and stuff like they can't.
Get every word of this here.
Get every word of this. You can go to the doctor and get cut up.
You can go down to the dress shop and get made up.
You can go down there and get drugged up.
But at the end of the day, you were just a drugged up Dressed up, made up, cut up, man or woman.
You ain't changed what God put in you, that DNA. You can't transcend God's creation?
I don't care how hard you try.
The transgender movement in this country, if there's a movement in this country that is demonic and that is full of the spirit of antichrist, it is the transgender movement.
It's time for grown-ups and time for Christians to start standing up and being unafraid to tell the truth.
Come after me if you want to.
I don't care. You want my head?
Here it is, Rice. Come on, come get it.
I don't care because it's time for us to stand up.
Now I'm not afraid to stand up and tell the truth about that issue.
They're dragging our kids down into the pit of hell trying to teach them that mess in our schools.
Tell you like this, that ain't got no place at no school.
Two plus two don't equal transgender.
It equals four. We need to get back to teaching them how to read instead of teaching them how to go to hell.
Yeah, I said it and I mean it.
This is going to be an interesting campaign there.
He's not taking any offages there.
Let's just lay it out there.
Yeah, there are two genders.
Mark Robinson. In 2021, when it was still very politically risky to do so, North Carolina Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson gave a fiery speech decrying transgender ideology.
And people elected him.
He may be the next governor in North Carolina.
I hope so. Here's something else I'm not supposed to say.
There ain't but two genders.
Ain't nothing but men and women.
And that was in a black church, if you're listening to it.
A lot of amens and head nodding and all that kind of, everybody in complete agreement with what he's had to say.
Robinson faces off against North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein, who won the Democrat nod on Tuesday and would become North Carolina's first Jewish governor.
Robinson is, so this is what Mark Stein's campaign manager texted Politico after the primaries, and talking about Stein's opponent, Robinson.
They said, Robinson is an abortion-banning, election-denying, social media conspiracy theorist.
That sounds like an endorsement.
They mean that as a pejorative.
So that's the way they're going to run this thing.
I don't think that's going to work in North Carolina.
The people in America who want to destroy it, said Robinson, I send you a message today.
There are warriors in your path, and you'll have to defeat us to take this nation down.
What God has blessed with us will not go easy into the night.
And so then, last week, you had President Trump jump on board the Robinson train.
And yet, the question is, does Trump believe there's two genders?
Apparently not.
You see, his supporters believe that, just like his supporters believe that the vaccine is bad.
But what Trump supporters don't realize is that Trump doesn't believe anything.
They believe in the Second Amendment.
Trump thinks you ought to have your gun taken away and then due process done later, maybe.
He thinks that the president ought to be able to write executive orders to confiscate weapons.
And on and on and on.
Trump has a completely different set of beliefs than his supporters do.
And they don't realize it.
LifeSite News does, though.
They said, playing with fire.
Playing with fire. And, you know, I have a listener who I've not responded to yet, who asked me when I was talking about it the other day, and I said something about repentance.
And I said, what does that mean?
I'll send you an explanation.
But, you know, it was explained by a pastor in a sermon, I forget who it was that he quoted.
But he said, you know, you're either playing with your sin or you're fighting it.
And Trump is playing with it.
He's not fighting any of this stuff.
He's not fighting the big state.
He's playing with the big swamp and all the rest of the stuff.
He's not fighting it. He's playing with it.
And so he welcomed a homosexual wedding, and that's just one of many, many things he's done, and they have had the list at LifeSite News, and good for them, they're not shy about attacking Trump for this, or attacking Trump for pulling back against pro-life, which he has now done, right?
And MAGA has not gotten the memo about Trump's position on abortion either.
When it comes to abortion, when it comes to guns, when it comes to LGBT, when it comes to the Constitution, when it comes to the vaccine, they really haven't gotten the memos, even though the memos are all out there, along with the executive orders.
They just don't know. Over the last two weeks, GOP's likely 2024 presidential candidate has demonstrated, says Lifesite News, We're good to go.
During the final months of the 2020 presidential election when Trump was dubbed by his former acting director of national intelligence, openly gay Rick Grinnell, as the most pro-gay president in American history in a viral campaign video clip, They don't mention it here, but I've played the clips before where Melania has said the same thing.
His daughter Tiffany has done the same thing.
They sold LGBT merchandise and all the rest of it.
He did everything that he could.
You know, if you go back to the Obama administration, even Obama did not embrace the LGBT movement as strongly as Trump did.
And that's true. Go back and take a look at it.
You know, covered that as well in 2021.
He was pushing for men to compete in his Miss Universe pageant a decade ago.
They don't mention that.
In December of 2022, just two days after Biden signed the so-called Respect for Marriage Act into law, LGBT Republicans celebrated the enactment at a gala event at Maga Lago.
You know, see, that's it.
The whole point is...
That Trump is exactly the opposite of what MAGA thinks he is.
They just can't get their head around it.
They have invented this guy for themselves.
I remember when this happened, you know, there was a lot of a personality cult around Obama.
And And I get it.
You know, I get the fact that Democrats are kind of concerned when you've got people at CPAC saying, yeah, we're going to have a war, you know, about a civil war and all the rest of the stuff.
Because I remember when Obama was running and you had a bunch of young black guys who dressed up in fatigues and they're marching, you know, and...
And it looks like, oh, we're going to have like a variation of the Hitler Youth.
You know, when you start with this personality cult that was around Obama, you start with that kind of stuff, but it's much worse around Trump.
And so from that standpoint, I can understand why it alarms Democrat voters.
It fires up their base, but rightfully or wrongfully, it makes them look dangerous.
But when you look at Obama, and I remember towards the end of his eight years, Harry Belafonte, who's very liberal, said, who is this guy?
He was very disappointed, again, because Obama had not delivered.
Which is what typically happens, and that's the way I felt about Trump the first three years, until he became an absolute bona fide globalist traitor in 2020.
But the first three years, another one of these deals where they promise the base that they're going to do such and such, whether it's a leftist base or a conservative base, and they don't deliver.
And so Harry Belfonti said, who is this guy?
He said, we invented somebody that we wanted, who we, you know, we took all of our values and we projected them onto him.
I'm paraphrasing him, of course.
I don't remember the exact quote.
But what he was saying was, you know, this is what we wanted, and we built this thing, and we projected it onto Obama.
And MAGA is doing that much, much worse with Trump.
He doesn't support any of these policies.
None. None.
And so this is a wedding of John Sullivan, who's a log cabin, Republicans of Tennessee's vice chairman and treasurer.
They had the wedding there at Maga Lago.
Now, it's a good article here, LifeSite News.
I'm glad they're doing it. They put Trump's name up at the top.
But then, at the very end of the article...
They say, President Trump is unwittingly being used as a vehicle.
No, no.
He knows what he's doing. I'm so tired, and we'll talk a little bit more about this coming up.
I'm so tired of this narrative.
Trump didn't know what he's doing, but he's going to save us, right?
He was just used.
He doesn't know. He's, you know, babe in the woods and all the rest of this stuff.
He's one of the most conniving characters that's ever been on the American scene.
He knows precisely what he's doing.
He knows exactly what he's doing.
Even to the extent that somebody the other day said, well, you know, America's going bankruptcy.
I think into bankruptcy, Trump knows how to do that.
Yeah. Yeah, he ran things into bankruptcy.
There was no unwitting...
At all. He knew exactly what he was doing.
Okay, we're going to take a break, and when we come back, we're going to take a look at what's going on with the National Guard.
We've now got the National Guard being called in in New York, but there's many other places where they say, you know, we just can't handle it with the police.
Even though we've militarized the police, and we've changed the way the police operate with people, we've now got to have the National Guard.
There's something else going on here, and I'm going to talk about that when we come back.
John Silver, he's not really black, just ask Biden.
And in the comments about guns, Brian Taylor says, what a retard.
These are the people who tell us that we are not responsible enough to own firearms.
Yeah, that's right. Maybe they should take all those guns and lock them away safely in a safe somewhere.
Keep them away from the ATF chief expert that's there.
Delta Mike, 8384.
We need more people to speak up like this man in the public square.
Yes. Trump Burger Forever.
I watched that live.
And even I ducked when he was swinging the gun around.
Big Brit is back again, as these leftist morons have never touched a weapon before.
Michael DeSilvia, and they want to make sure you don't touch one either.
Michael DeSilvia, I remember the ATF thug shooting himself in the foot in a classroom filled with children.
I don't remember that.
I would have had to go back and look that up.
Jason Barker. It was New York, I guess.
Having a basic safety knowledge is considered to be an expert there.
I don't even know if he had the basic safety knowledge, though.
He didn't have it in practice, I guess.
A Syrian girl. I'd like to see Agatha Christie write a story about the Baldwin accident, quote-unquote.
She died before her time.
So much story material that she could draw on today.
Dug a log. It really is hard to have a misfire with a revolver.
Doesn't happen unless it is cocked and loaded.
Yeah, yeah. So, we're going to take a quick break, and when we come back again, we're going to take a look at what is going on with the repeated calls to have National Guard for law enforcement.

So, let's go.
Common again. You're listening to The David Knight Show.
All right, welcome back.
And Sprumford, talking about Mark Robinson, said most people think this way, but they lack the courage to speak up.
The compliance with the COVID scams showed how little courage most people have, unfortunately.
Yeah, I agree with that. Mark Robinson is leading from the front.
But you know, there's one thing that all the Republicans, except one or two, are afraid of.
And that's Donald Trump himself.
The guy who ran the COVID scam.
They're afraid to name him.
They want his endorsement.
When he endorses them, they praise him.
That's the real drag on the Republican Party.
The Republican Party would be doing great if it weren't for Donald Trump.
Even I have a hard time getting past that.
I shouldn't say even I. I've been talking about Donald Trump for years.
But it just, to me, he is like, you know, you find a, you've got a loaf of bread in the bag and you look in there and there's cockroaches running around.
That's what Donald Trump is to the Republican Party.
I just want to throw out the entire loaf.
I'm not sure about that.
You know, has he contaminated that whole thing?
It's like he has, and they're all afraid of him.
They may not be afraid of the tranny movement, but they are scared to death of Trump.
He'll focus like a laser beam on anybody who opposes him on anything.
Just take a look at what he tried to do to Thomas Massey and failed.
Trump failed with that too as well.
Let's get him out of there. Why?
Because Thomas Massey said, we can't add three and a half trillion dollars worth of debt.
This is insane. And if we're going to do that, everybody needs to come back to Washington and cast their vote.
No, we're not going to come back. We'll all die.
There's a pandemic. Haven't you heard?
Trump told us that there's a pandemic.
And Trump said, we're going to primary that guy out of there.
And they didn't. About the only one that's not afraid of him.
Chip Roy, yeah, also.
So... Let's take a look at what is happening with the National Guard.
And as I said before, I think there's something else going on here.
Governor Hochulberry in New York is deploying the National Guard into the subway.
He's going to have them doing bag checks.
He's going to have the National Guard acting like TSA. Now, that's what they want to do with all public transportation.
You understand, the TSA is the transportation, you know, security, administration, whatever, safety, whatever the S stands for.
I can think of several things that the S stands for, but not those two things, but that's probably what they use it for.
But, you know, I've said for the longest time, and we saw this at one point in time, they were using them at bus stations and other places like train stations and This is not just that they're not the airplane or airport safety administration or whatever they are.
It's for transportation.
And ultimately, they want to get rid of private cars, which was our escape loophole during the Trump lockdowns, the private cars.
We've got to get rid of those. Got to have everything running on trains and subways and planes, planes, trains, no automobiles.
And then they can control that.
If you take some kind of a taxi thing, they'll control that through the businesses that run it.
And so that's one thing to take a look at here.
The fact that they want people to...
They're going to use some events that are there.
The Republicans are excited to criticize New York.
Oh, yeah, the crime is out of control.
And it is out of control. But the big problem with New York...
It's not going to be solved by this.
The big problem with New York, people like Alvin Bragg, who came after Trump.
This is a Soros prosecutor who keeps releasing people, even when they had gang members caught on video beating several cops.
There was a lot of these kids.
It turned out they were all with some Central American gang that had come here illegally.
And they got these cops on the ground and were beating them, and then they ran away.
They caught these guys.
Alvin Bragg released them.
Then they were apprehended in another state, and that other state said, well, I'm not going to give them back to Alvin Bragg because he'll let them go again.
We're not going to comply with it.
He says, give me another chance.
Because he got a lot of criticism for that, obviously.
So that's the real problem, is the fact you've got these sores prosecutors who are letting dangerous criminals go.
But instead of addressing the original problem, as politicians always do, they use that to do something else that creates another problem.
So we're going to put National Guard, we're going to put military troops in.
To do security.
And get people used to the fact that they're going to have to go through security to ride the subway.
Just like they were going to get on a plane.
And then they will say, well, we need to know who these people are who are criminals.
So we're going to have to have face scans for you to get on the subway.
You can see where this is headed.
And it's not just in New York.
I reported a couple weeks ago in Massachusetts.
There was a school district there.
And they said, you know, even though we've put police in the schools, which never was there when I was in school, never had that, and we didn't have this kind of violence.
So even though we put police in the schools, they can't handle it.
We need to put National Guard in the schools.
That was in Massachusetts. In Florida, we got spring break getting crazy.
You got Governor DeSantis.
It's not the same thing. He's not putting in the military.
But he is having to send in state troopers.
I mean, there's chaos everywhere.
Mainly because they cannot, these Soros district attorneys will not allow these people to be punished when they are apprehended.
It's just like at the border. They catch and release, catch and release.
So, besides the fact that they're acclimating people to have to go through some kind of a security access to use these things, and it was back in 2014 or 15, Karen and I went back to Florida.
Like I said, we were taking care of some business issues.
And we used to, you know, we met in Florida in school and college.
And we used to go from Tampa to Orlando all the time, you know, to go to Disney World.
In the early days, you didn't even have to pay admission.
You just paid for parking.
And you had books of tickets and you could...
Buy those books, those tickets, and you could use one of them and then save the rest of them.
Whatever you want to do, you could. And so we would go over there and just kind of hang out a lot.
And so we went back to Orlando and said, well, let's go to Universal Studios that are there because they've got some restaurants there.
And they had this TSA security stuff.
I said, I'm not going to do that.
I'm not going to go through TSA security to go walk around a shopping mall area.
Not going to do it. That's what they want to normalize everywhere.
In all public areas, in all public transportation.
So that's a big part of what this is about.
But it's also very important for them as they're militarizing the police, and they keep creating more and more of this Soros chaos through their district attorneys.
So as they make everything more violent, more chaotic, they add more and more police, they militarize the police, and now they're going to bring in the military to act as police.
The next step. Get people used to not only going through these checkpoints, but get them used to seeing troops on the street everywhere.
This is a gradual process.
I said this when they started doing it in schools.
Oh, we got checkpoints and metal detectors, and they got lockdowns.
That's what they call it. First time I heard lockdown.
This is to accustomed kids to live in a police state.
And it's continued to escalate through all that stuff.
And this is conditioning what Hochul is doing.
They're not addressing the root problem that they caused.
So, you know, get your digital ID. If you're a Republican in Florida, mandatory E-Verify.
E-Verify has been around for a while.
Ask the federal government for permission to get a job.
Are you a citizen? Oh, okay, we'll give you a job.
They don't care about that. They're going to make it mandatory.
It's been voluntary. They're going to make it mandatory.
Another way to get to digital ID. Oh, but that's the Republican way to get to digital ID. So they're going to put 1,000 new law enforcement officers on the subway.
Most of them will be National Guard.
750 National Guard officers, 250 state and Metropolitan Transit Association police officers.
There will be 250 civilian police, 750 military police.
And the real problem boils down to George Soros and district attorneys like Alvin Bragg.
And so they say, well, we've got to have a thousand police because look at what's happened.
We had a 64-year-old man being kicked onto the tracks.
We had a 27-year-old rider getting slashed on the hands.
We had a subway conductor who was slashed in the neck on last Thursday while leaning his head out of the train.
These are all heinous things, but you can grab these people and punish them and make an example out of them.
You don't need to militarize New York.
But that's what they really want to do.
And that's why they have these people turned back out on the street.
Last month, six people were shot on the platform of a Bronx subway station in one event.
One person died.
Another writer was killed on a train in the Bronx last month following either a gunshot wound or a puncture wound to the chest.
So how's that gun control working out for you people in New York City?
Is that working really good?
Seems like it's not any deterrent to criminals actually using guns.
It's just people are not allowed to defend themselves.
So this is all so that people feel safe.
You're going to feel safe when you see the military.
All over the place with a subway, right?
And you're going to get used to that.
You're going to want the military to be there.
Just like that guy. I can't remember his name.
Worked for Fox News. We had the Charlie Hebdo shooting in Paris.
He said, all these people talking about the militarization of the police.
I want more militarization.
I want to be safe.
Careful what you ask for.
You might get it really hard.
In addition to the patrol boost, Hochul said she will introduce a new law that allows judges to ban anyone who has been convicted of a violent transit assault from riding the subway or the bus system.
But they can still walk around the sidewalk and do all this stuff, right?
How about keeping them in jail?
Oh, you have to get rid of Alvin Bragg and the Soros district attorneys.
That's what you ought to do. You ought to be putting these people and keeping them in jail and punishing them there instead of letting them out.
Oh, we'll keep them off of the subway.
Yeah, right. Felony suspects released without bail, thanks to New York's bail reform laws, are more likely to be re-arrested for more felonies, including violent crimes, than suspects who were given bail before the law went into effect.
Just turn them out.
In L.A., which in California, crime has become rampant.
Well, here's the newest crime, and this is kind of interesting.
They have Camaro thefts.
Are up 1,000% in LA. Because there's two things happening with them.
It's very easy to clone the key fob.
They've got apps for that and devices for that.
And then, of course, it lacks enforcement of things.
And then, you know, they're looking for a muscle car.
That it's going to be fun to drive and easy to sell.
So Camaro thefts are up more than 1,000% this year.
What police found as they looked at this and they set up a sting, they found an electronic device was being used in this one sting that they set up.
By a teenager that allowed them to input a car's details and reprogram its ignition system, allowing them to steal the vehicle.
Now, this might be one I've seen in the UK where people would put their keys next to the door.
You know, you walk in and you've got something there to hang your keys on.
And so thieves would take a device that could pick up the resonance of that thing and And then transmit it with a stronger signal to somebody who was standing next to the car with a receiver and transmitter.
So I'd pick up that signal and relay it right there to the car as if you were standing there with the key fob.
So you got one guy at the door picking it up from the hanging key thing and another guy right there at the car.
And then, of course, once they send that there, then they can start.
They can unlock the car and start the car with that other device there.
They've been caught doing that on these door cameras that a lot of people have put on their homes.
The 16-year-old suspect was believed to have used such a device to steal Camaros, later selling them for a fraction of their value at street events, according to the LAPD. The LA Times said there's been a significant jump in Camaro thefts from 2 to 10 in just the first two months of the year.
Citywide, it has gone from 7 thefts of Camaros to 90.
That's insane.
But again, it's not going to be, it's just kind of focusing on Camaros because their muscle car is easy to resell.
To combat such thefts, the LAPD is recommending additional security measures including fuel cutoffs, steering wheel locks, secure vehicle storage.
Preventative tactics against key fob signal transmission, such as security cases or even wrapping fobs in aluminum foil, are advised.
Well, you can get some of these things that you can put your phone in that blocks the signal.
But, yeah, maybe just go back to keyed ignition.
That might be long-term cheaper to have somebody retrofit that in.
And it might even be less expensive than some of these other things.
Maybe the next liberal city DAs will simply recommend that nobody drive a car anymore.
Does Zero Hedge? After all, it's your fault for having such an easy-to-steal vehicle in the first place.
Well, it's GM. And so, some comments here.
Georgia Boy, 1142.
Defund the police so they can bring in the military.
Yeah. Replacing police with military will give federal control.
That's right. Because, you know, their National Guard would just...
Issue the order, and we take over.
We activate them as part of the military under the president.
Bob Ferguson, 63.
Border is open, but you're going to have to be searched before you get on the subway.
That's exactly the point.
That's exactly the point.
Between the open borders and the Soros district attorneys, it is chaos by design.
KWD-68. Just a military police force for the population.
No big deal. It's for your safety.
Feeling safe yet? Bob Ferguson, 63, says, when they're bringing back the seatbelt checkpoints, we have under Obama.
Escape from New York is literally coming true, says Jeff Ingram, 3355.
Burthouse Blues. Will other governors follow suit?
Copy and paste National Guard and other major urban transportation centers?
Yeah. Oh, you know, and even, like I said, at Massachusetts, we need them in the school.
Schools got too crazy.
You know, we got a high school here.
We got all of these gang members from MS-13, you know, coming in.
We got to have a National Guard.
Sprumford says, in Las Vegas, the TSA recently unveiled a new, more modern contraption to violate your Fourth Amendment.
Grammy for God, police will beg for, people will beg for a police state.
Television was on CBS Evening News, says Stealth Patriot, for some reason yesterday, and they were covering the Rust verdict.
For some reason, they didn't mention anything about the ATF Pro mishandling the gun.
Well, those are two separate events, but yeah, that was on CBS that they did the guest thing.
But, you know, all these experts, interesting, isn't it?
Well, we're going to take a quick break. When we come back, we're going to take a look at extinction events here.
We got an animal that they thought was extinct, which is actually not.
Elvis.
Ladies and gentlemen, the Beatles.
And the sweet sounds of Motown.
Find them on the oldies channel at APS radio dot com.
Whatever, fight on.
I'm not a fool.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
Go.
Well, AudiModernRetroRadio.com Thank you very much.
That is very kind and generous.
I appreciate that tip. He says, Trump supporters won't wake up until they're in a FEMA camp eating bugs while still insisting that Trump is playing 40 chess.
Boy, if that isn't true, that is so true.
And that's what I'm afraid of. And that's one of the reasons why I talk about this.
As we see, Trump is way ahead.
And now we're told that he's hectoring Biden, wants to debate.
Biden doesn't want to debate.
Why should Biden debate? It's not in his interest.
Trump didn't want to debate when it was not in his interest.
That's not going to happen.
Who knows? Maybe if Trump wants a debate, why doesn't he ask RFK Jr.?
Now, that would be interesting, wouldn't it?
Take him down a few notches, wouldn't he?
Harvard has now ended the COVID-19 shot mandate.
Now, why do you think they're doing that?
Harvard, there's probably no more politically connected university than Harvard.
I mean, even when you look at the Boston Children's Hospital there and the things that they've been able to pull off in terms of transgender stuff, in terms of Marty Gottesfeld, you know, the medical kidnapping of Justina Peltier, how they got him a long sentence, hard time in a communications management unit.
Why? Because he came after Harvard's Children's Hospital there.
Or take a look at Aaron Schwartz.
He was pushing back against SISPA and SOPA, ACTA, PIPA, these other things like that.
They got him there at Harvard as well.
Harvard University announced on March the 5th that it had ended the COVID-19 shot mandate, walking back an announcement that had put out just a couple of weeks earlier that all students needed to get the shot in order to be able to register for the fall semester.
A dramatic reversal.
From only weeks, when on February the 7th, the school announced that it would require all students to show proof of having taken the shot in order to register for the upcoming semester.
Why do you think this is happening?
Well, the pandemic was always just pure politics, wasn't it?
It was always politics, and now we're in an election year.
You don't want people to be reminded of Biden's mandates, do you?
Let's make these things go away.
And as I point out, as Harvard goes, so go so many other schools.
Well, whatever Harvard's doing, we should be doing that as well, because they are the thing.
This is political. This is because of the election year.
You had a co-founder of the No College Mandates, Lucia Sinatra.
I guess their theme is, I did it my way.
I did it my way. I didn't wear the mask.
I didn't do the social distancing or the lockdown or the vaccine.
I did it my way, which is to ignore their ways.
She said that Harvard's move to end the mandate is a victory for freedom.
Well, I don't know.
I think we're still back to privileges that are being granted by institutions.
It's not a recognition of a fundamental right.
There's no admission that they were ever wrong, which they were from the very beginning.
For Harvard to remove this language from the immunization forms is a huge sweeping move that is impossible to overstate.
I think it is being overstated because they have retained the power to do this.
And I said this from the very beginning.
As the first thing started pulling back, And people are like, oh good, it's over.
Let's just forget about it.
Forget it ever happened again.
It's like, no, if you just forget it ever happened, it's going to happen again and again.
They're going to keep reminding you of the power that they have stolen and usurped.
You've got to have some changes in this, which means you've got to have some people who admit that they did the wrong thing.
And that's the problem. They're not doing that.
So Sinatra said, as Harvard goes, so goes the rest of the country.
That's right. Because it's election time.
Forget about that. You don't remember those mandates, do you?
We've got a new issue for you to think about.
You know, look at Donald Trump.
Isn't he nasty? Don't you hate him?
Let's not think about the mandates.
On March the 4th, a Republican senator in New Jersey's 13th district called out Rutgers University, said we need to strip state funding over the mandate that staff and faculty be forced to take the shot.
It's difficult to put into words just how absurd and irrational the vaccination policy is at Rutgers, said Mr.
Oskentland. He said, this is a policy that has no basis in science whatsoever.
In fact, the entire policy is anti-science.
Until Rutgers lifts the mandate, I'm calling for a cut in funding.
He said, as he was talking about that, the COVID-19 vaccine mandates continue in effect, though, in 61 universities out of the 800 top colleges.
When they rate the top 800, 61 of them have this.
And so Harvard was the leader, and so it looks like they're going to now push to take that back.
Sinatra says accountability is the next step for large institutions that rushed to mandate the shot.
We have yet to see from any university an acknowledgement of the lack of necessity for a young, healthy adult population and acknowledge that maybe they did too much too soon.
Or maybe even an apology that there was a rush to judgment, she said.
You think you're going to get an apology from these people?
You think Harvard's going to apologize for anything they ever did?
You think that Trump or Biden will ever admit that they did anything wrong?
No, they never will admit it.
As a matter of fact, when we look at the lockdowns, a Welsh first minister tells a COVID inquiry, the lockdowns are a failed experiment.
Now, think about this.
A failed experiment.
It wasn't a failed policy.
It wasn't a usurpation of power.
It wasn't medical martial law.
It was a failed experiment.
And quite frankly, he was right.
It was an experiment.
It was an experiment. I don't know if it was Milgram or Ash.
Which one was it? Maybe a little bit of both of them.
But it was an experiment to see what you would put up with.
It was an experiment to see if you'd let them get away with this.
It was an experiment to see if they could do it again.
And so it wasn't really a failed experiment.
As I said yesterday, what stopped it?
Certainly not Republicans or any opposition party.
Every party in every country, regardless of what their state of philosophy was, they all went along in lockstep with the UN, with Klaus Schwab, with the World Health Organization, and their national disease control, their national CDCs or whatever.
They all went along with it.
Doesn't matter if they're conservative or liberal or libertarian or socialist or whatever.
They all did the same thing.
Both parties were dirty in all of this stuff.
So, an experiment, said this person, is a scientific procedure undertaken to make a discovery or to test a hypothesis.
Lockdowns were a policy enforced by law.
Well, no, there wasn't a law that was passed.
They just told people to do it.
It wasn't law.
It was martial law.
I'm telling you that we have just swept aside your constitution, your laws and everything.
You're now taking orders from me because I've got the guys with guns standing here to tell you what to do.
It was martial law.
No law at all. It was a policy, but it was a policy to discover, an experiment to discover.
And he says, well, you know... An experiment is something to discover where they got a hypothesis.
Here's their hypothesis. They can do anything they want to to you and you let them get away with it.
And so they were testing that and they discovered that yes, they could do that.
It was the discovery of your compliance, or not yours, but the public in general, and a test of the public's submission.
And so in Wales...
Mark Drakeford announced in May of 2020 that the maximum fine for repeated breaches of the lockdown rules in Wales rose from 120 pounds to 1,920.
They just stick a nine in there after the one.
Went from just over 100 pounds to just under 2,000 pounds.
And then by June 8th, they had run up 2,282 of these fixed penalty notices issued in Wales.
And as this person says, so what was this for?
This is for failing to participate in an experiment?
All of this stuff was experimental.
It's that somehow people in Wales are twice as likely as the English to be fined for breaking the lockdown laws.
Well, you know, maybe they were less compliant with all of this stuff.
So, when we look at the excuses that people are making for Trump, this is sent to me by Harry Hound, and this is Bill Mitchell.
And Bill Mitchell, who is a commentator, had this to say.
He said, let's talk about the vaccines.
Clearly, says Bill Mitchell, Trump rushed the vaccine through to save lives.
Well, he's wrong from the very first sentence, isn't he?
He rushed the vaccine through, skipped all of the testing.
He didn't care about saving lives.
Even Paul Offit said, The big vaccine cheerleader of industry there said this is going to blow up in our faces because we haven't tested this stuff.
So no, he didn't do it to save lives.
He took the advice of people like Fauci that it would be safe and effective.
I mean, Fauci at the time was a respected leader in the medical community.
Okay, so Trump, just before the election, his voters hated Fauci.
Everybody knew that what Fauci was telling people was a lie, but Trump persisted and pushed and pushed and pushed.
And so he goes to these rallies, and people say, fire Fauci, fire Fauci.
All right, all right, we'll see.
After the election, vote for me. After the election, we'll see.
Never fired Fauci. Gave him a medal on his last day in office.
Trump gave him a medal.
In hindsight, says Bill Mitchell, the vaccine was a mistake.
But what is Trump supposed to do now?
Is he supposed to admit that it was a mistake and take personal blame for the vaccine deaths?
Well, yeah.
Because he did it!
What's the matter with this guy?
These guys, it's just infuriating to see how they make up excuses for Trump when he doesn't want any excuses.
He's proud of his sin.
He's proud of his sin.
He's proud of his greed.
He's proud of everything he's done.
I've never seen anybody more proud of their perversions and their transgressions and their failings than Trump.
He is always the proudest person in the room.
Not the smartest, necessarily, but the proudest in the room.
And so then he continues. Bill Mitchell says he followed the advice of people like Fauci that he'd be safe and effective.
I mean, Fauci at the time was a respected leader of this medical community.
He repeats that. In hindsight, it was a mistake.
I'm sorry, I just read that. But he's supposed to take personal blame for the vaccine deaths?
You better believe he will. You better believe he will.
The buck stops with him.
It started with him as well. He says, Trump has no choice but to defend his decision to fast-track the vaccine.
But he was also not forcing it on anyone.
Oh, that's also a lie, Bill.
This thing, this is such a short memo.
And yet every one of these sentences is a lie.
He cannot unmake those decisions.
He persisted.
He persisted for all of 2020 and even beyond.
He didn't try to unmake anything.
And he continued to brag about it even after he was out of office.
But for a year, he persisted in this source.
And all of his followers knew it was wrong, but they didn't care.
He says, you don't want the vax?
Don't take it. I didn't.
Wow. Wow.
You tell that, Bill, to the people who were coerced, who said, you're going to lose your career, your job, everything in your life, and they took it against their better knowledge and were coerced into it, died or injured.
Or you take a look at the people who said, I don't want it, and their family said, I don't want it, and they gave it to them anyway.
That is the most pathetic thing.
This is why I have so much contempt for this whole alternative conservative media that's out there.
And you think that Trump cared about that?
Well, here he is on Super Tuesday.
And listen to what he says about the vaccine.
And we did a fantastic job on that.
We never got credit for that.
Unbelievable job on that.
We came up with things that nobody thought was possible.
Don't forget, when it came in, nobody had an idea what it was.
Yeah. He's complaining that he didn't get enough credit, Bill.
These people who put words in his mouth, Bill Mitchell, Mark Levin, Alex Jones, Wayne, Alan Root, all these people, they put the words in his mouth.
They know what's right.
They know what the base wants and they're scared to death that the base is going to find out and figure it out or come to the realization finally, you know, remove this double think Orwellian thing they got going on following Trump.
Because once they realize that they've been betrayed, Well, if they ever realize that, they will turn with a vengeance against both Trump and against people like Bill Mitchell and Mark Levin and Alex Jones and Wayne Allen Root.
They'll turn with a vengeance against them for having been the Judas goats who betrayed them.
And then who put words in Trump's mouth that Trump doesn't want.
He wants the credit for everything that he did.
He's still saying that he saved lives.
He's not admitting that anybody was hurt with this stuff.
This is the greatest thing that any president has ever done.
It's exactly the opposite of what Bill Mitchell and these other people are telling you about Trump.
We're going to take a quick break.

Great to talk to you. Good to see you, David.
Thanks for having me back.
It's a crazy week.
Gold has broken its all-time high again.
Bitcoin broke its all-time high once again.
And I especially like the headlines from the Wall Street Journal this morning.
Bitcoin bulls cite a simple reason for its rally.
Not enough coins!
I don't think the analysts, the market analysts and the teleprompter readers on these networks, I don't think they understand finite because everything is expanding.
The money supply is expanding.
You can always inflate stocks.
But for, you know, these reasons of gold going up, the same thing.
There's confusion all across.
You go to Kitco and You go to the market analyst, they're saying gold shock rally has analysts grasping for explanations.
They don't know why gold is going up.
I mean, Jerome Powell, they're like, well, there should have been a small spike because Jerome Powell has hinted that they're going to lower interest rates to goose the economy ahead of the election.
But they don't understand this breaking its all-time high again.
And if you read deeply into it, somebody's finally getting it because they're saying, well, central banks are buying gold at a record clip.
This is all around the world.
And, of course, China is not exporting.
They got 60,000 gold mines.
The Shanghai exchange is booming with gold.
The India is buying gold.
The people of India themselves are buying gold.
So the massive demand is up.
De-dollarization is in play.
The BRICS nations just announced that they're going to create a commodity based currency system parallel to the US.
But we're in the age of de-dollarization.
These analysts, it's so funny.
You would think that would Bitcoin and gold be able to break its all-time high in the same week?
That doesn't seem to go together.
But it is. It's going together because of what's happening to the dollar.
That's the underlying story here.
Yeah, they're both in opposition to the dollar, my son said.
So these experts have discovered something they call supply and demand.
I guess what they're calling for is maybe we need to have Satoshi go in and do some quantitative easing on Bitcoin and just make some more of them real quick.
That's the appeal of Bitcoin.
My friend Charlie Robinson, when I was in Anarchapoco, he gave me a shirt.
It just says 21 million.
And I had to put that up on my social media.
That's one of the greatest shirts.
All it says is 21 million, because what does that mean?
Well, it's 21 million Bitcoin.
I have history in cryptocurrency and being part of some of the first Bitcoin ATMs.
I'm a gold and silver guy primarily, but it's really about value.
I mean, there's only so much gold and silver.
There's only so much Bitcoin.
And that's the issue here.
We live in an era of just...
You started the show off this morning talking about just the fiscal insanity.
Yeah, I remember when I was 14 years old the contract for America Newt Gingrich, you know You know my dad listened to talk radio and I remember him saying like this is what we need We had this contract for America. They're gonna get this get this budget under control. This was the topic That was the raise on debt of the conservative movement was to balance the budget and to have some sort of fiscal sanity first so we can have a country.
They have long since abandoned that.
And you know, we're way off the rails.
It's kind of interesting because besides term limits, the only other thing that didn't get done, of course, the Congress did get done the line item veto, you know, to try to get the budget balanced.
And Clinton was on board with that, along with Newt Gingrich.
But that got stopped by Rudy Giuliani, who was mayor of New York City, said, I don't want them to have We're good to go.
Then you wind up with these ridiculous omnibus bills that just keep getting bigger and bigger and more and more absurd because you can't go in and take out a specific thing there.
They had the solution there, but it was Rudy Giuliani and the Supreme Court that deleted that solution.
Well, let's not forget it.
It takes a little bit of money to ship all the rubble from Building 7 and World Trade Center's 1 and 2 over to China.
So let's not forget that.
Yeah, the establishment wants the unlimited printing press.
They'll always have somebody advocating for that.
When you go back... And they will put up the fake resistance, like you have Donald Trump on September 10th, 2001, saying, we can't track $2.3 trillion, so we're going to set up this accounting office, oh, just over here next to the Pentagon, where whatever hit the Pentagon the next day.
And, of course, you talked to the lady who worked there and got out just before that.
Couldn't put two and two together that they have an accounting office.
That's where this all tracks back to.
So the American empire is coming apart, David.
It's coming apart because it's based off king dollar and dollar domination, and that is waning.
I think it's much faster than they run the simulations to keep up with, frankly.
I think that's why we have possible multiple fronts.
For a new war, because you've got Ukraine, you've got Israel, you've got tensions with Russia, with China, with Taiwan.
I mean, they're keeping their options open because the only way to truly save the dollar, well, at least stave off the collapse, would be a worldwide war.
And I don't want that. Obviously, you don't.
We're praying that we're wrong about all these things.
But that seems to be the dark choices ahead for the ruling elite.
And meanwhile, the market analyst is so funny.
I mean, I've got multiple headlines here, but they can't figure it out.
What's going on with gold? Why are people buying gold?
What's going on with the central banks?
It's de-dollarization, and there's an upheaval when it comes to the currency order around the world.
So this is the big headlines.
Yeah. It's just like you mentioned that situation we had there with the lady who worked in that building and just, you know, wow, can you imagine?
You know, what a coincidence is happening.
And it's like, and we have this, you know, all the time.
It's like these people can't put this together.
Wall Street Journal, I guess it's New York Times, right, said, you know, they need more Bitcoins.
Right. So, I mean, people cannot put the basic facts together.
They can't connect the dots.
It's like Monty Python.
Oh, oh, therefore, if she floats, she must be made of wood.
I mean, they just can't follow a regular progression here.
And you're just banging your head against the wall trying to get people to figure this stuff out.
But that's where we are with this.
And, of course, another part of this is the interest rate.
So we had Powell yesterday go to Congress.
And the House Finance Services Committee, question and answer period there.
What did you take away from that?
Well, they're dancing around it.
I think they're trying to run out the clock and get to the point where when they do lower rates, and that is going to increase the money supply, it's quantitative easing, liquidity will rush into the market, it's going to devalue the dollar.
They raise rates.
Faster than any time in history.
You and I have discussed many times.
Faster than Paul Volcker did in the late 1970s, early 80s to get rates to the teens.
And that was to stave off inflation.
So I think they're just really paying attention to the timeline here.
The ruling class would like to keep the economy somewhat stable going into the 2024 election here in November.
So I think you'll see rate cuts.
Maybe two or three.
But they're going to have it, I think, will probably pass out of this quarter into the second quarter, and then they will start lowering rates.
But who knows? I mean, at any time, this market could start to fall apart.
And we watched that with the collapse of FTX and Silicon Valley Bank and Silvergate.
We watched that over the last year.
They stepped in, Janet Yellen and the Treasury and the Fed stepped in to stop the systemic meltdown.
But I think, again, they're going to, in the second quarter, most likely start lowering rates, and they may continue to lower rates to keep the economy somewhat hot going into the election.
It's all political, obviously.
The ruling class has a vested interest to keep the order that they have right now and the people in place.
So I think that's what we're watching.
It's just the timeline is what's important.
They don't really care about inflation so much as they care about keeping their power.
Oh, yeah. And it's interesting, you know, when you go, when, you know, Powell speaks, you know, like some great sage or something, and everybody's hanging on everything, and they're intentionally vague and general about these things, and I look at it and it's like, why in the world Should these heads of the Fed have this kind of power?
And he's saying, well, we're looking at an evolving outlook and the balances of risks, but we think we're confident that inflation is moving sustainably towards 2%.
It's like, seriously? 2%?
And then Business Insider covers for them.
Business Insider says, oh yeah, you know, he says, that's not what we're looking for.
We want more evidence that's going to give us that inflation's on the path down to 2%.
And they said it was already doing that.
Powell did say that inflation didn't have to fall all the way to 2% before the central bank would cut rates.
They're laying all of this foundation down.
advantageous to Biden because of election year and they're just trying to come up with some nonsense. I don't think anybody sees it moving towards 2%.
If it was moving towards 2%, why don't they start moving the credit card interest rates down towards 2%? That would be the day, wouldn't it?
Oh, that's the hidden cost of doing business in this country, the credit card companies.
I've talked many times about how much money does the credit card companies make when the price of gasoline goes up.
I mean, they make more than the gasoline retailers.
You're talking about, you know, nine cents a gallon going just the credit card company, just for existing, with no investment in infrastructure.
And if you go back to Powell...
Something he said, I didn't think it got enough media attention, but this is about a year and a half ago, and he said, we don't think that we will cause a recession, and we don't think we will have to.
So, playing God with the economy.
People project so much magic onto the Fed, and it must be so complicated.
It must be so smart.
No, they have two tricks.
It's currency creation and raising and lowering interest rates.
That's it. And again, it's the money supply.
And in a long enough timeline, it's kind of like zero hedge, you know, in a long enough timeline that survival rates for everyone drops to zero.
That is what the currency of the United States is a fiat currency.
It's the oldest living fiat currency in the world today.
The average lifespan of a fiat currency is 26 years.
So we're double the average lifespan of a fiat currency.
So the dollar, and again, I'm not saying the dollar is going to zero.
it's going to digital, but what they're, again, careening down this path of history, you're only taking it to the bottom. You're not going to ever, this isn't a strong currency and I, you know, if you know history like you do, you look at the 19th century, David, there was no inflation. If you, and I say this all the time, just put it in perspective.
If you bought a pair of shoes in the time of George Washington to attend his inaugural, you would pay the same for that pair of shoes in 1902.
Why is that? Because we had a bimetallic standard, mostly the gold standard after 1879, and the currency was so strong that you had a populist uprising to increase the money supply.
That was William Jennings Bryan.
That was the type of country we had before.
So now we're on the opposite spectrum.
You talked about we're the greatest debtor nation.
We used to be the greatest creditor nation.
We used to be the manufacturing marvel of mankind, our arsenal of democracy.
All that was based on production.
Now it's about consumption and it's about debt.
It doesn't end well.
Great nations and empires rise on sound money and economic nationalism and they decline on free trade and debt and fiat currency.
And then, of course, they justify their interest rate cuts that are coming up by the stats that they're going to manufacture as well.
They're going to rig these stats for Consumer Price Index, and so that's what they're saying with Business Insider.
So all eyes are on this next report.
Coming from the government, which, of course, we can all trust, you know, just like all the COVID rates and all the labor statistics, their consumer price index statistics are going to give them perhaps an alibi for them to do what they want, which is to cut interest rates.
And, of course, that is also going to be fuel for gold and for Bitcoin as well.
People are going to look at it. They're going to these things as a hedge against inflation.
That's really going to light them on fire even more so, I think.
I think so. And that will continue to be the trend.
And yes, gold will have pullbacks, ladies and gentlemen.
Bitcoin's going to have pullbacks.
It's not up and to the right forever.
But I think what you're watching is a shift in consciousness around the world.
People moving away from the dollars is a paradigm, a financial paradigm.
And yes, there will be lowered interest rates.
The money supply will increase.
It will appear for a while that things are great and happy times are here again.
But it's just, again, it's transitory.
I'm going to go back and use a phrase that Jerome Powell uses and Janet Yellen uses all the time.
Or they did. They don't use it anymore.
Now they call it the terminal rate.
But it was transitory that inflation was transitory.
But all of the damage that's been done, I don't think we fully realize, not just the 2008 and 2009 TARP funds and the Great Recession, but what happened with COVID-1984, the massive amount of currency creation.
I just don't think people can fathom that 80% of all the dollars ever created were created in the last five years.
I don't think people can truly grasp that.
That we've devalued our currency that much.
And that is the death knell for any real semblance of governance and financial sanity.
And so the train's left the station.
You go back to politics.
Go back to what you were talking about this morning.
No one is ever running on...
They're not running on balancing the budget anymore.
They're not running on getting our fiscal house in order.
It's a free-for-all. And I think the looting of the Treasury has begun.
I mean, that's why state and local is so important.
You know, Catherine Austin Fitz talking about the state banks for bullion.
And there's so much going on in the local level and state level.
It's great. And there's going to be competition with the CBDC, but it's not going to come from Washington.
You can just look and you can read.
It doesn't take a genius to figure that out.
I mean, that it's over.
Yeah. We've got a couple of comments here.
I like this one from Redbeard.
John, he says, we need to go back to tulips.
Yeah. That's my favorite.
At least you can look at, at least they're pretty, right?
You know, in that particular bubble.
This whole system is a charade.
Yeah, that's absolutely right. Atomic Dog.
Bought $50,000 in gold, now worth $57,000.
Bought $8,000 in Bitcoin, now worth $95,000.
Just saying. And that's the key thing.
You know, a lot of people have said, You know, when you talk about the issues with Bitcoin, and there was an extensive article saying, you know, destroying the idea that it's a bubble.
And what they were doing was they were looking at the cycle that goes through with the halving and what happens with it and that type of thing.
They said, but there's still, you know, a lot of people, you're not comfortable with Bitcoin.
That's the way I feel about it, right?
Right. Not comfortable with that if you don't like dealing in a digital format.
And then there's also the volatility, you know, that rapid rise.
I've been around other things like that with my experience with the dot-com bubble.
It makes me very concerned when I see things going up really, really fast because I know they can come down just as fast or faster.
So I don't like the volatility.
I don't like the digital aspect of it.
That's why I look at it.
But, you know... Each to his own, right?
As you point out, you've had experience with Bitcoin in the past.
I just like the fact that I increasingly want to simplify my life.
I want to have things that are physical.
I want to have things that are maybe not as volatile, but are going to preserve their value.
The purchasing price...
Purchasing availability that is being destroyed with the currency.
That's what gold is really there for.
And also for the CBDC aspect of it.
So there's all these different things like that.
I want something that is not going to be quite so volatile, not quite as risky, something that It doesn't take a lot of brains to figure out.
I mean, gold, you got it, or you don't have it.
It's just that simple.
You've got to keep people from breaking into your house to get it, but wherever you keep it, you've got to watch out for thieves.
But when you've got Bitcoin or these digital currencies, it seems like every thief in the world has an opportunity to take a crack at it to try to get it.
That's just the way I see it.
What goes up must come down.
You've watched the crypto markets, and I've been watching it for years, and they put in some very silly things attached to something that's actually, I think, very useful, like Bitcoin.
I saw a headline today.
There's a Trump coin.
It's up 400%.
So somebody made a Trump coin.
It's up 400%. And, you know, if you want to go buy Trump coins, fine.
And, you know, if you've got a way to exchange them out, you might make a little bit.
I don't know. It's not financial advice.
But that's the silliness that surrounds things.
There's people who paid ridiculous prices for the Trump sneakers, like $9,000 or something.
I mean, he immediately doubled his money practically with that stuff.
So, you know, hey, put your money in gold sneakers.
There's so much going on with this, David.
And, you know, you talk about sound money and just hedging against inflation, having something physical in your hand.
That's what gold and silver are.
They're staying steady.
And I think it's a real blessing that in the short term right now that gold and silver aren't really reflecting the damage that's been done to the dollar.
So it's still available to the public.
People are still able to buy it.
People are still able to get it.
I looked at the gold-silver ratio today.
It takes 88 ounces of silver to make one ounce of gold.
Just silly. Historically, that's just ridiculous.
It has no bearing in reality.
Geologically, it's 17 to 1, so it doesn't make any sense whatsoever, but there's so much manipulation.
And so I think it's a blessing right now for people to still be able to afford it.
Personally, I don't want gold at $3,000 and $4,000 and $5,000 an ounce.
It's going to become even harder and harder to obtain.
The price fluctuations are bad for business.
I like steady. I like just having a nice, steady commodity price.
And that, again... The open question is, and I've heard this for years, is, okay, well, Bitcoin's taking away so much of gold's value, and gold should have this massive rally.
Well, it's having a rally at the same time that Bitcoin's having a rally.
Something is up, and that's what I think is really the...
The key here to what you're watching in the headlines is that both are happening at the same time.
All these analysts were saying all through the Twittersphere the last week, well, there's all this money leaving the gold ETFs and these traders are putting their clients into the Bitcoin ETFs.
Well, even if that's true, we still have the gold hitting its all-time high.
Why is that? Yes.
That's the big tell.
That's right. Yeah, it's because people don't trust this financial system that they've put together there.
And that's the key. Michael Snyder says, has the banking crisis of 2024 already started?
You know, that's the other thing.
He says as of March 11th, they put in a, they've been propping it up because of the issues with commercial real estate and things like that.
He says on Wednesday morning, shares of the New York Community Bank were absolutely crashing and Zero Hedge talked about it at the time.
He says there's a Federal Reserve program that has been propping up the banks and that is set to expire on March the 11th.
He said, once the darling of the small banking crisis come back, New York Community Bank Corps has crashed 45%.
To a fresh 30-year low after Wall Street Journal reported that they're seeking to raise money because they've been exposed and caught up in this commercial real estate crash, which again goes back to the lockdown that Trump did.
And Gerald Sunti talking about this now, four years.
It's taken that long for this thing to really unfold, but they've propped it up artificially.
If they don't continue this on March 11th, Michael Snyder is saying you're going to see a lot more of this stuff happening, and that could be the collapse of the banking system right there.
Oh, nice. 311.
I'm sure that has nothing to do with numerology or any of the ruling elites putting that into effect.
That's a good catch. It reminds me of the 1907.
These are manufactured events.
They know what's going to happen when they pull the plug on something and they're just positioning themselves.
They position their friends.
They position the winners. They get rid of the losers.
You know, you gotta wonder what happened to...
I wonder who Lehman Brothers made mad back in 08.
I wonder why Lehman just went away.
And you gotta wonder, they were powerful.
I wonder who... Because they weren't too big to fail.
So something's going on.
I think this is about consolidation.
When you look at the...
Pressure that will be put on the banks when these commercial loans start to fail.
We talked about it last week.
The Canadian Pension Fund sold a New York skyscraper for a dollar to get rid of the debt because it wasn't moving anywhere.
We have a real estate crisis in this country.
It's going to start with the commercial.
And you're absolutely right.
It goes back to the lockdowns.
It goes back to artificially propping up these systems and propping up Because think of all the mass exodus, and Gerald Solente has been so right on this, the mass exodus of people out of these offices into their homes to wire in for their jobs and remote and all this other stuff.
It's empty. There's empty everywhere.
I think our Buckminster Fuller talked about that the grift would get so big, the bubble would pop so big one day that the...
These office high rises will be turned into efficiency apartments for people.
They would lose their original purpose because of the change in the economy and because of the consolidation, just less and less availability for competition to take place in the United States and the availability for the firms to rise up and lease office space and own buildings.
We have a real problem.
It's going to start with the commercial real estate.
It'll bleed into the Local and regional banking system first.
And that will, again, this is where they sneak in all the tyranny.
That's what you've got to be really careful about.
You know, being nimble, know your banker, where do you park your funds?
Personally, I like to just be able to bank just to be able to get, you know, wires cleared and take care of customers.
And then anything outside of that, I have either it's my own keys or I've got, you know, no counterparty risk, gold and silver in my hand.
Yeah, oh yeah. I would have liked to have seen Donald Trump's face when he read the headlines about that Canadian pension fund selling one of those New York skyscrapers for a dollar.
You can make a cartoon out of that one.
Especially at the same time he's got to try to raise some money.
That's the true art of the deal.
Somebody got it for a dollar.
Frame that dollar. Don't let that dollar go to waste.
That's right. Yeah, that truly is amazing.
A couple of comments here.
Searing Girl, any money that you need, electricity, internet, or password access is not secure.
We've all heard some horror stories about Bitcoin owners losing their stash at this point.
That's key. You know, that's what I said before.
Even these billionaires, one of them loses nearly a million dollars and he doesn't know it until somebody tells him.
And how did that person know?
Like, he's looking at, he sees a big transaction there and he traces it down to this guy.
I mean, that one thing right there said so much to me about, I don't want to get involved in that.
One person here says, Three Little Birds says, the dollar is going to fractalize digital like Bitcoin is going to go to Chateau C's.
No one says, bit tulips.
Maybe we could have Bulbcoin or something like that.
That would be another one that comes out.
We'll have to see what happens.
In the future, my son says, a flash drive could be used to hold entire wheelbarrows worth of cash.
Flash drive wheelbarrows.
I haven't thought of that.
It is so funny.
I hear this all the time.
The analysts always compare it to tulip mania.
If you actually go back and read the story, read the history of tulip mania in the Dutch in the 16th century, these tulips were very rare.
And then they started using them as a commodity to pass value like you would with a gold bar or something because there's only so many.
And then somebody figured out, well, these are valuable.
We'll grow them.
And they flooded the market.
And then it just became so ubiquitous that it didn't matter.
And so they compare Bitcoin to that or something akin to Bitcoin, or even sometimes precious metals.
Like, well, there's just so much of it.
I don't understand this mentality because tulips were infinite.
That's kind of like the dollar.
If there's anything that's tulip mania, it's the dollar for sure, after 1971.
I think the tulip bulb thing would have been fine if the City of London hadn't started that ETF over it, you know?
They always come up with some, you know, take something that's real and then add this layer of stuff.
That's the other thing that concerns me about all this stuff.
You know, the fact that it's supposed to be a good thing that these guys have put an ETF on top of this thing?
To me, it looks a lot like these securitized mortgages going back to the mid-2000s.
I'm a skeptic. When Larry Fink of BlackRock comes out and gives us his blessing, I start to pull away and think, what is wrong here?
Taking a step backwards because there's something.
All these financial wizards have been saying the same thing about Bitcoin.
Warren Buffett would say things about gold.
He goes, it doesn't do anything. It just sits there.
Yeah, it holds its value.
It's a place for you to have some refuge from the casino stock market or the unlimited printing of the central banks.
What do you mean? Why are you criticizing it?
Of course it just sits there.
You can use it for your savings.
And then he said Bitcoin was rat poison.
Oh, yeah. That's an endorsement, isn't it?
You know, you go counterparty to all this stuff.
I wonder, you know, when BlackRock and Larry Fink got into it and Jamie Dimon, I missed it when they had the Black Satanic Mass at Madison Square Garden.
When they started their ETF thing on it.
I mean, it truly is. These people, if they jump onto something like that, you'd run the other way.
Because they're going to tell you that when they're getting ready to dump it or something, right?
They're not going to give you any inside information on something that's going to help you, that's for sure.
Well, I mean, you know, I think if you take a look at reality with a skeptical eye like we do, if you look at history, if you believe in God, if you believe in evil on this planet, there's probably always an angle, especially in the financial world.
There's always a Machiavellian angle.
It's never just good prevails.
It's never that way.
It's a mixed bag, usually.
So could they be driving up the price of Bitcoin using the ETF just to crash the entire crypto system and say, look, I told you we needed regulation?
Because look at what follows it.
You got Bitcoin going to 70,000, but you've also got Trump coins going 400%.
This is what happens in that crypto space.
A lot of people are going to lose everything.
When it comes down, because what goes up must come down, that's the way the markets work, They use manipulation in the ETFs for gold and silver.
I mean, that's pretty apparent.
So, we'll see.
I mean, I try to keep the door open.
Maybe something's good.
But at the same time, I talk about this all the time.
Keep your head on a swivel.
There's something going on here, and a lot of it has to do with de-dollarization.
Yeah. And that's key.
You know, when you look, as you pointed out, when you look at both Bitcoin and gold hitting all-time highs at the same time, you know, they're both of them.
It's an indication that everybody is losing all confidence in this financial system, and everybody understands the government is going to pull the, you know, the rug out from underneath it.
As this one headline says, Bitcoin will not kill the U.S. dollar.
The government will.
And that's what everybody is looking at then.
And, you know, it's like, are they going to do it real fast and sudden?
Because we've had a lot of these policies that have been accumulating for decades to kill the U.S. dollar, and they've just been accelerating and getting bigger and bigger.
And so I think that is really what is fundamentally there with people as they're trying to get out of the U.S. dollar.
Everybody's trying to get out of it.
Individual investors going to Bitcoin, going to gold and silver.
All of that is something that's very concerning.
Tell us a little bit about what's going on with Wise Wolf.
Well, we're always just looking for a new supply, but the price increases.
I tried to lock in as much product as I could for Wolfpack.
I kind of saw the writing on the wall leading into kind of the momentum and headlines I was seeing.
So I bought a lot of smaller fractional gold for the Wolfpack members.
If you go to davidknight.gold, you can join Wolfpack.
There's a tab on there. That's an easy way to stack gold and silver.
And like I said, we're under 1,000 members.
I'd like to break that soon.
I think we will, because the more people that join, the better pricing we get.
And again, that's one of the benefits, having me always watching the pricing and locking in trades and trying to anticipate that so I can continue to save while we're on the way up.
But like I said earlier, the price will come down.
I think there will be a correction.
There's always profit taking in gold.
There's always profit taking in Bitcoin and things like that.
So I think we'll see some prices come down.
But over the long term, we're building Wolfpack.
We're keeping our supply lines open and making sure that we can get Take care of orders.
We've had a lot of people reaching out and rolling over their 401ks and IRAs.
If you have it in paper, and you've built up right now, the market's hot, and you've got all this stuff going on, and Jerome Powell's announcing they're going to...
Well, he's hinting, which I... Whatever you want to be hinting, they're going to do it, folks.
They're going to lower rates. This is political.
So when they do, they will drive the so-called value of your 401Ks and IRAs.
You may want to consider rolling that into physical precious metals.
We make the process really easy.
You can go to davidknight.gold and reach out to us.
And we've made that, again, within a week or two, we can have it done.
So if you've got an existing paper asset, IRA, or 401k, you don't have to pay the penalties.
You can roll it into physical gold and silver, and we do that for you.
And if you just want to make a direct trade, davidknight.gold.
My mission right now is to get people precious metals at an affordable price while I still can, while we're in this financial spot.
Yeah, it's just getting started, I think.
When we look at this, you're hitting all-time highs, but as you point out, it's not going to...
Always just go straight up, but that is certainly the trend, especially when you see both of them happening that way.
And the Wolfpack gives you an opportunity to take advantage of bulk pricing, group buying and discounts and things like that, as well as to just gradually, steadily and gradually build stuff.
And that's the whole point of gold and silver.
I don't like riding roller coasters anymore in real life or in financial instruments.
You know, roller coasters are just a little bit too much for me at this point in time.
And I wish I had gone the slow and steady route a long time ago.
But that allows people to do that, and it's great dealing with Tony.
I've got to say, I've done that myself.
For a long time, and I really do appreciate Tony's support of this program, especially last week you matched pledges.
That made a real big difference at the end of the month, and I've got to really thank you for that, Tony.
I really do appreciate that. I was proud of everyone.
I said, we have 56 minutes left.
What can you put on the board on Rumble?
As I know, it's great to donate to David on Rumble.
Those are just credit cards that he can receive.
I don't know how timely it is.
I have a Rumble account, but I've never used it.
But that was great. I was happy, by the way.
I saw that number, Travis texted me.
I said, oh, that's great. Because these programs like yours, we've got to keep them on the air.
And, I mean, a side note, I won't keep you too much longer.
I was having dinner with my dad this last weekend, and I said...
I've been in the broadcasting for 10 years now.
I started out in radio in Dallas on 570 KLIF. So I've got experience and I've built up a reputation, but I leave so much money on the table because I'm not a MAGA guy.
And I can't do it.
And I was like, I should send Trump an invoice.
He's cost me a couple million dollars.
And my dad's like, that's profit.
He was backing me up on it because I... Again, we're trying to give you the best absolute analysis that we can, and I would listen to somebody who's leaving money on the table not to join a train.
If I don't believe in it, I won't talk about it, period.
End of issue. Won't do it.
I have to lay my head on the pillow at night if I don't believe it, and I'm just not going to be able to live with myself.
That's just not who I am.
I know, David, you're on a whole other level with that.
So this is a man with absolute integrity, so I'm happy to and proud to...
I appreciate that.
Or my Twitter, America Unplugged on Rockfin, and my Twitter at Tony Arderburn.
I'm going to do a live show. So starting today, Arderburn Radio Transmission, following David Knight, and of course FreeWorld.fm.
And people find it at freeworld.fm, and you're talking about it's also on Rumble, Rockfin?
It's also on Rockfin, on the America Unplugged channel, and my Twitter is at Tony Arterburn.
We'll be live there. And I'm sure next week, I forgot to mention it earlier, so I'm sure next week I'll be announcing more.
Good. When to find me on Showtimes.
It's just been so hard to get recording done lately.
I finally had to say, I'm going to do it on Thursday, so we'll follow our interview.
It gets me warmed up, at least.
That's good. That's good.
That's great. All right, so right after this show, you can hear Tony's America Unplugged and...
On all the different places, Twitter, as well as on Rockfin and the FM. I'm sorry, give me that again.
Yeah, freeworld.fm.
You can just go to the website and listen live on Rockfin, the America Unplugged channel, or my Twitter at Tony Arnabern.
And we're going to be there eventually on Free World FM as well.
So that'll be good.
That'll be good to have all that stuff there.
Well, thank you so much, Tony.
I really do appreciate it. Very important support, and thank you for rallying everybody at the end.
We really needed that at the end of the month.
This last month. So thank you very much.
I appreciate that. All that you do, we really do appreciate it.
Thank you. Thank you, sir.
All right, folks, we're going to take a quick break and we'll be right back.
Let me grab this here.
I'm going to do a little bit of a walkthrough.
I'm going to do a walkthrough.
Alright, welcome back and...
And Amos Poole, thank you very much for the tip.
And he says, David, have Tony help you get some altcoin OneHarmony.
Crypto guru Eric Wade says it's going to dollar.
It's at three cents now.
Well, I appreciate the tip.
I don't know. Like I said, I'm kind of worried about roller coasters at this stage in my life.
I'll tell you what is going to zero, and that is the dollar.
When we look at this $175 trillion unfunded mandate, it truly is amazing, isn't it?
Let's get back into the pharma stuff.
As a matter of fact, there was a comment.
Can you scroll it down a little bit for me?
It was about what we were talking about.
And I think what he was saying in terms of the high verbal comments.
It says it was not experimental, David.
It was an intentional effort to call the population.
Well, I agree. The vaccine absolutely was.
And, of course, the lockdown was a precursor to it.
But I think the lockdown, the masks, the social distancing stuff, I think that was also a psychological test.
Psychological tests get people to be compliant and, of course, you know, very much tied together.
You know, people said, well, you wear your mask not to protect you, but to protect other people, which is what they had always made that argument for all the vaccines.
So it was clear that not only was it a behavioral psychology test, Not only was it a test of compliance, but it was also laying the foundation for, well, you've got to get this next vaccine, not to protect yourself, but to protect everybody else.
And, of course, that was one of the things that they sold through the Yale psychological thing.
You know, how would you feel if other people got sick because of you?
That type of thing. You've got to do it to love your neighbor.
That's what all these people do.
All these pastors who had bought into this were selling people all of that type of thing.
So let's get back to the pharmaceutical stuff, as a matter of fact.
This is when I was talking about the fact that these people were covering for Trump.
And so, you know, like Bill Mitchell, oh, well, you know, Trump can't do that.
And he was just owned by all this stuff.
And he didn't really know what was going on and had people responding to that.
One person responded and said, I lost my mom's, responded to me, said, I lost my mom to COVID that very year.
What Trump did was to make sure that the first COVID shots were placebo.
There weren't any placebo stuff out there, and it wasn't the first ones.
People were dying right out of the gate, so she doesn't know what she's talking about.
I know of no one dying while Trump was in office.
I believe that was the underlying message.
Well, first of all, Trump's poison, as I replied, I retweeted that, put that up, and I said, this is nothing but QAnon fan fiction from Alex Jones here.
Trump didn't do this.
He was saving us from the bad vaccine.
Remember that? Remember when he said that?
And... It was just sugar water.
That's why they're admitting the new forced inoculations coming next year will actually maim and kill a lot of people because Bill Gates knows he can't hide it.
Bill Gates is bad, but Trump is good.
He's going to have an early vaccine from a company that doesn't make one that is so dangerous or that doesn't change our DNA. And I'm not even enforcing what Trump's doing, but I understand what he's doing.
And I'm not even enforcing what Trump's doing.
And I'm not even enforcing what Trump's doing.
Gates goes, trust my vaccine, but don't trust the CDC's vaccine.
And then I went and looked up the ones that Trump's looking at.
They're very weak, attenuated, classic viruses with a very low amount of adjuvant in it.
And what is adjuvant?
It makes your body have an autoimmune response.
Because a lot of times if a vaccine's weak, which again doesn't hurt you as bad, you're not going to have the autoimmune response.
You're not going to form antibodies. So they've got to give you the squalene or the mercury or the aluminum to trigger that.
And so, yeah, Trump's looking at basically sugar water for folks.
Can we take a little bit of an attenuated, microwaved or radiated COVID deal?
Absolutely. COVID's already everywhere anyways.
Trump's looking at basically sugar water for folks.
Yeah, so she's regurgitating almost verbatim what he had to say there.
When I tell people, I saw Katherine Austin Fitz and I told her, I said, you know, Trump was telling people it was sugar water.
No, no. People can't believe it when they hear that.
And yet, she heard it.
This person replying to me heard it.
And she believed it. It was just a placebo.
Sugar water that was out there.
And nobody died while Trump was there.
Well, you know, they started rolling out the stuff in January.
He was still there for most of the month of January.
Through January the 20th, he was there.
And we already had a long list of people who had died.
I had played before Trump left office.
They already started rolling it out to the rest homes and nursing homes and things like that to cull the population, to kill the older people.
And I remember having played the very beginning of January.
A clip from a guy who worked in one of those facilities, and he was crying about it.
He said, we took such good care of these people.
Nobody died last year.
But then they started this vaccine stuff.
He said, these people are in a fog if they're still alive.
He said, we've lost, it was like a dozen people out of the community as soon as these vaccines things began.
He said, I can't do this anymore.
It's just murder. And so it began right away.
So she doesn't know that. She thinks that it's a placebo because she listens to Alex Jones.
Nobody was dying while Trump was in office.
I believe that was the underlying message here.
And I said, well, Trump's poison didn't mostly go out while he was in office, if you remember.
But I said, in 2020, unless people died at home, they likely died from the death protocol that Trump paid hospitals to implement.
And this is the things like the withholding treatment, putting them on ventilators, giving them remdesivir, and all the rest of the stuff.
The hospital death protocol.
And then it went down through the whole thing for her.
You know, $13,000 to point a finger at somebody and say they got COVID so they can get their stats up.
Put them on a ventilator, $39,000.
Give them a 20% bonus on everything.
And I said, we knew all of this.
As early as August of 2020, because the American Medical Association was whining that they were going to get some of this stuff cut from them.
So I said, I've been reporting about this murder for hire by the Trump regime for years.
And yet we still have all of this idolatry and all of this fanboy stuff that is there.
If we go back and we look at...
There's this new Trump ad that a lot of people sent this to me.
And this is what it looks like.
This is a thumbnail that you see on YouTube, for example.
But it's all over Twitter and these other places.
It's not a Trump ad, by the way.
When a candidate does an ad, they have to say, you know, this was paid for, so-and-so, and I'm Donald Trump and I endorse this ad.
So that's an official campaign ad.
Now, people are doing Trump ads all the time for Trump.
And I don't know if this is something being done by PAX, but a lot of this is being done by just his fans putting this stuff out.
And a lot of times Trump will retweet it, but it's not a Trump ad.
But look at this. He's like an action hero.
He's got that frown in his face, and he's got his collar, his leather collar is up, the lighting and all the rest of the stuff.
Here's what Trump actually looks like.
Without makeup.
What would you say to him? What would be your interaction?
And you look at... This is without the makeup, folks.
Here he is. You've seen that.
This is the real Donald Trump, not the invention of your mind.
That's what he looks like.
He doesn't look like this.
Okay? People need to get a dose of reality.
Come on, get real with this stuff.
It's absolutely insane.
Another person said to me here on Twitter, let me respond to this here.
So this person says, well, yeah, this all must be investigated.
As I put all that out, yeah, this must all be investigated along with, oh, I guess everything.
Yeah, it's not important, is it?
Oh, it's just another one of these things.
It's just, you know, mass murder of tens of millions of people worldwide, sterilization, disability, all the rest of the stuff.
That's just another thing. Yeah, I guess someday we should take a look at that, I guess.
It's just really not important. Main thing is we've got to get Biden and these Democrats out of there.
I guess this should be investigated along with, oh, everything.
However, I find this message and your video the other night uncompelling beyond Trump having been an uncomprehending dupe like most institutional people across the planet.
He's just another idiot.
They took him.
I said, well, where have you been for the last four years?
You know, Trump paid for the quote-unquote emergency, and he continues to brag about his quote-unquote accomplishments even last night as I played for you.
I just don't get enough credit, Trump says.
So is he still that stupid?
You mean after four-plus years, Trump still hasn't wised up to what's going on?
And you want this guy back in the Oval Office?
Biden may be senile.
Trump is unbelievably stupid then, right?
What's the difference between having somebody who's senile and somebody who is unbelievably stupid?
Should we start calling him Forrest Trump?
That's a good one. We should do that.
There's always something.
Forrest Trump. He's either God Almighty to these people, the Savior, the Messiah, or he is Forrest Trump.
Either way, we love him, don't we?
I said, so you can't imagine that Trump knew what was going on?
Does he even read the executive orders that he signs?
This is the person's response.
Executive orders, well, I guess we should look into it.
He doesn't want to look into it.
I said, how laughable that the only excuse that MAGA can come up with for the man they think will save them is that he was a fool.
He knew.
They know he knew.
And the people who try the hardest to deny what he did are the ones who hate everything he did.
Isn't that interesting?
They hate everything, and they try the hardest to deny it.
And we have to, you know, there's never been anything, anything, like what happened in 2020, and they don't want to hold him responsible for the lockdown, for the poison.
These people practiced it for 20 years.
Trump laid the foundation, even in executive orders before this stuff went out.
As a matter of fact, I appreciate Victory Works as their Twitter name.
They sent a link.
To the executive order that was what Trump was going to do with the military.
All these people, their only fallback is, right?
Trump did the lockdowns, the masks, the social distancing, the jab, the poison, all this kind of stuff.
And Biden built on all that.
Biden said, you got to do it.
And so that's what they want to focus on.
They don't want to focus on the guy who did all that stuff.
They want to focus on Biden who did the mandate.
And certainly, we should complain about that.
Put both of them in jail, instead of both of them in the White House, both of them in the sole presidential race.
But take a look at this.
This is from Jeremy Redfern.
He said, did you know that the Department of Defense, back when Trump was commander-in-chief, was going to mandate the COVID vaccine once it's FDA approved?
Jason Barker has talked about this as well.
And here's the order, by the way.
And when you look at this order, which is dated December the 7th, A day that will live in infamy.
Pearl Harbor in 1941 and Donald Trump in 2020.
And what this says, it says this is a response to a CDC request for a Department of Defense vaccine requirement and plan.
This will be voluntary until as long as we've got the emergency use authorization.
But they said that until full FDA approval, And then it won't be voluntary.
And that was put in by Trump December 7th.
He signed that.
Just saying, you know.
And when you look at the details of the order that was put out the preceding year in September of 2019, And this was less than a month before Fauci went to the Milken Institute and was telling everybody, you know, it said, how do we get everybody in the world to take a flu vaccine?
We do it with disruption, we do it from the inside, and we do it iteratively, right?
This is less than a month before that.
Another executive order from Donald Trump on modernizing influenza vaccines in the U.S. to promote national security and public health.
And so they have a couple of different sections.
The first one is findings and says, well, we find that influenza viruses are constantly changing as they circulate globally in humans and animals, sometimes even in bat soup, you know.
They're laying out all the narrative here.
And so that's one thing we find.
We know that that's happening. And secondly, we know vaccination is the most effective defense against influenza.
Is it really? Seasonal influenza vaccination levels in the U.S. have currently reached only about 45% of the CDC goals.
See, this is less than a month before Fauci goes to Milken Institute and they say, how can we make everybody take a vaccine and do it even when it's not tested?
And so then they talk about the current domestic enterprise for manufacturing influenza vaccines as critical shortcomings.
We need to do it in a different way.
So here's our policy, this section two.
It is a policy of the United States to modernize this.
This is all the Trump executive order.
To modernize this domestic flu vaccine enterprise.
To be highly responsive and flexible and scalable.
And of course, that's what he did with his little dog and pony show.
He gets everybody there and he goes around.
How long is it going to take you to do a vaccine?
That's too long. How about you?
Well, that's better, but that's still too long.
Then he gets to Moderna.
We can do it right now.
And so they're going to set up a National Influenza Vaccine Task Force, September 2019.
This is several months before anybody claimed that there was some kind of bat soup thing or something in China.
And he had all the usual suspects, the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, the VA. He had the CDC, the FDA, the NIH, Homeland Security, CMS, which is Medicare, Medicaid.
And then, of course...
The Pentagon's Advanced Research, right?
BARDA, BARDA, the biological one.
All of that there. And then it says, finally, within 120 days of the date of this order, this task force shall submit a report to the president.
Guess what? Within 120 days, that was about exactly the time that Alex Azar declared that there was a global pandemic.
The end of January.
This is the end of September.
Signed, Donald J. Trump, the White House, September 19, 2019.
And now we see, as Jordan Schlachtel and many other people are saying, all these major COVID vaccines worldwide were once declared to be 100% effective, but now they say none of them worked.
None of them worked.
He says, as we approach the fourth year to slow the spread of the rebranded flu, it's time to start examining the methods through which the world was fooled.
And so he goes down the list of all these different ones.
AstraZeneca, 100% effective.
Pfizer, 100% effective.
Moderna, Johnson& Johnson, Sinopharm from China, Sputnik from Russia, Novavax, and then Covaxin from India.
All of them listed as 100% effective, yet they're 0% effective.
And this we also knew from the very beginning, as I've said before.
It was Tuesday we had the election.
Saturday they declare Biden the winner.
Sunday, 60 Minutes, rolls the tape that they had in the can about how the military was ready to deliver these vaccines as soon as the FDA said go.
Monday, the FDA says, go.
And Pfizer, at the same time, says, oh, and we've tested this and we are 90% effective.
The very next day, Russia with their Sputnik comes out and says we're 92% effective.
The very next Monday, Moderna comes out and says 94% effective.
And then Tuesday, Pfizer comes back and says, we've re-evaluated, we're 94.5% effective.
And then they kept, you know, changing all this until they got it up to 100%.
This was all garbage.
All garbage from the very beginning.
They were lying. It was clear and easy to spot if anybody wanted to pay attention.
But they've been told that Trump had this.
4DHS. It's just a placebo.
All the rest of this. And now, as I pointed out last week, more people are starting to point out this is actually out of the expose news in the UK. It has now been a year since Fauci confessed that the COVID vaccines could never have worked.
And this report is still being ignored.
Fauci was one of three people who published a report, co-authored a paper, saying the COVID vaccines didn't work as claimed.
That was more than a year ago.
At the time, the HART group, H-A-R-T, which stands for the Health Recovery and Advisory Team, they highlighted some points in the paper which show that Fauci admitted that the COVID vaccines could never have worked as claimed.
This is a paper that came out January 11th of last year.
The paper was titled, Rethinking the Next Generation Vaccines for Coronaviruses, Influenza Viruses, and Other Respiratory Viruses.
Fauci was one of the three authors that admitted that it could never have worked as claimed.
Now, that was January of 2023.
It was in August of 2022 that he announced that he was going to be stepping down.
But still, even though he's not there, People ignore this.
Some of the quotes from the Hart Group, going back to when they looked at it, you know, he put that out in January, January 11th by February the 15th of last year.
The Hart Group focused on that.
And this is what the paper said.
As of 2022, after more than 60 years of experience with influenza vaccines, very little improvement in vaccine prevention of infection has been noted.
As pointed out decades ago and still true today, the rates of effectiveness of our best-approved influenza vaccines would be inadequate to For licensure for most other vaccine-preventable diseases.
In other words, the flu vaccine is the least effective of all the vaccines, is what they were saying.
It was also the one that was the most dangerous.
They had more adverse effects from the flu vaccines than they did anything else until they came up with the super flu vaccine, the COVID vaccine.
They went on to say, the vaccines for these two very different viruses have common characteristics.
They elicit incomplete and short-lived protection against evolving virus variants.
That escape population immunity.
It is not surprising that none of the predominantly mucosal respiratory viruses, of which flu and SARS-CoV-2, that's their COVID thing, are examples, have never been effectively controlled by vaccines.
This observation raises a question of fundamental importance.
If natural mucosal respiratory virus infections do not elicit complete and long-term protective immunity against reinfection, How can we expect vaccines, especially systemically administered, non-replicating vaccines to do so?
And then finally, they call it an immunological Faustian bargain.
I called it the Faucian bargain for a long time.
I think Steve Deese, Mark Deese, or something like that, out of Iowa.
He wrote a book that had that title in it.
He might have come up with that independently.
But, you know, that's what it was.
It was a Faucian bargain.
Trump made a deal with many devils in his first time through.
And they knew it didn't work.
We've had documentation that shows that it was harmful as well and that they knew that and highlighted that as well.
The ICON, which is Dell Big Trees organization, Informed Consent Action Network, put up a recently released Moderna documents showing that the clinical trial, there was a 17% rate of grade three or grade four systemic adverse reactions within seven days Within the trial group, compared to 3.8% in the placebo group.
So, with the Gates vaccine versus the Trump vaccine, no, no, it wasn't what that was.
There was no placebo Trump thing.
Instead, it was five times the adverse reactions of even the placebo groups.
And in some of these cases, I don't know if it was this Moderna one, They got the adverse events down comparatively because their placebo was a meningitis vaccine that had all the adjuvants and other things that might cause Guillain-Barre syndrome.
This thing was rigged so far.
And so now Chip Roy, I said earlier, you know, Chip Roy, Thomas Massey pushing back against this fake budget stuff.
Chip Roy has put in legislation called the Liable Act.
That would hold Pfizer and Moderna liable for what they have done in terms of killing people and injuring people with the stuff that, yes, it was not a Trump placebo.
Give me a break.
It's just amazing.
But he said, what ultimately needs to be done...
We've got to get rid of the PrEP Act, which was put in by George W. Bush in 2005, and the National Childhood Vaccine Immunity Act, which was under Reagan in 1986.
You see, when we talk about these things, we give credit or blame to the president.
Who was over these organizations at the time.
But we must not ever say that about Trump, right?
So we're going to take a quick break.
About the Trump fan ad, this is Guard Colesmith.
He says, what's Trump supposed to look like?
A Blade Runner? Yeah, this is...
This is it right here.
I guess he's going to go after those replicant viruses that are out there, right?
He's got a way to test them.
I would like to see somebody give Trump the same test they gave that replicant, you know?
So he's got a turtle in the desert and he's on his back.
What are you going to do? Well, I'd shoot him with a...
Shoot him with a vaccine.
Handy. No, I had a nursing home patient dying in mid-January.
Yep, 2021 from the jabs.
I got banned from Twitter for asking if other medical people were seeing it.
Yes. Yeah, we knew that.
Yeah, so there were things like that that were happening right away with Trump in office.
And then it continued to expand.
And I said in December of 2020, I said they're going to mandate this and they'll mandate it whether it is Trump or Biden.
I didn't know about the December 7th executive order at that time.
But I said they will mandate it and they will do it with coercion through the companies that are doing business with the government.
That's especially true of the hospitals because of the Medicare and Medicaid gravy train that they were on that was orders of magnitude better than what they'd ever seen before.
Don't want to lose that money.
Yeah, I'll vaccinate these people.
I'll kill them. I'll kill people to make hundreds of millions of dollars.
That's what these big hospital chains are willing to do.
You know, that's the amazing...
You're talking about such astronomical amounts of money.
We can't even fathom it.
You know, what would a big corporation do and the people running it for a million dollars?
For $10 million? For $100 million?
For a billion dollars? We used to play the game of scruples, and they would ask these questions.
And we started realizing that the cards on there would be, you know, would you do this for X amount of dollars?
And then you'd kind of get a similar situation...
That would come back, but they would up the dollar amount.
I said all they're doing is trying to find out, you know, at what price we'll sell out.
When you put something out there where people can make billions of dollars, they will kill people.
They will kill hundreds of people, thousands of people, millions of people.
There's a lot of people who have no problem killing millions of people.
If they can make a billion dollars.
As a matter of fact, it's very easy for them because it's just a statistic.
It isn't like they've got to hire a hitman to go take out their wife or their husband.
This is just a statistic of people they don't know.
And they can look at it like Bill Mitchell.
He says, well, it's up to you.
You can take it or not take it.
That is so, in and of itself, it's so reprehensible.
I've even shown the clip.
From a movie that really struck with Karen and I. It was an independent film.
Not a film that I would recommend.
Not a good film. It had an American actress and she was in this country where it was taken.
But at one point, she's bored.
She's kind of psychopathic.
And she has this beautiful basset hound.
And, you know, real calm.
And she puts poison in a bowl of milk.
And she puts it in front of the Basset Hound.
She says, you know, that's poison.
If I were you, I wouldn't drink that.
I've warned you. And walks away.
That's what Bill Mitchell is doing.
That's what people of his ilk are doing when they say, well, it's your choice.
You can take it or not take it.
Well, you know, you've just disguised this poison by putting it in milk.
You've coerced people.
You've lied to people.
And you've done it for money, Bill.
You and Alex and Mark Levin and Glenn Beck and all these other Trump suckers.
It just makes me sick to see this stuff.
American girl. I think I'd rather have Forrest Gump for president than any of the above.
That's right. We need to have our Forrest Trump.
Run, Trump, run!
Yeah. Forrest Trump.
Jason Barker. People argue with me on Twitter about Trump not mandating the jab.
I'm like, are you in the military, guy?
Yeah, that's right. December 7th, the day that will live in infamy.
Delta Mike 8384.
They redefined the definition of a vaccine, amongst other things.
Yes, all of that's true.
It's just so many different data points.
And we've been going over it for four years.
These people, they got one thing.
They got their golden Trump idol.
And the people committed a great sentence, as the clip goes.
Trump cannot admit that he was wrong.
That would open him up to criminal and civil liability, says Christian Constitutional Conservative.
You're right. Octospook, we have a problem with mass murders and criminals in the medical field.
We have a serious problem with criminals and pedophiles in our educational system.
That's where we are. Audi.
Modern Retro Radio. Trump is still saying the vax was a good thing.
Just on Super Tuesday.
Or, as we should say, Stupor Tuesday.
That's exactly what it is.
Trump needs to get out of two Corinthians...
Read all the verses about arrogance.
Start in Proverbs.
See, he's clever.
He knows how to play people.
He goes to Liberty University, and he sees this quote about 1 Corinthians, which is the way we say it.
And he goes, yeah, I just love that.
That's one of my favorite things in 1 Corinthians, and Ted Cruz trolled him on it.
You know, I realized that the British actually say it that way.
Again, it's kind of a shibboleth, but it just did indicate that, yeah, he's never been to a church, and I guess Paula White never wanted to read anything about the New Testament to Donald Trump.
She was just happy to bask in his presence as a prosperity gospel preacher.
Yeah, he still thinks he saved 200 million lives.
He does. He claims that.
The base doesn't care. Says High Boost.
Trump could come and say he did it on purpose.
Yeah, and they'd still vote for him.
My people, so great, I could shoot a million people in the arm and they'd still vote for me after they watched these people die.
We'll be right back. We'll be right back.
In a world of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
I like this comment from SolaCat1980.
I could make a Trump coin and sell it to the Trump tarts for a big profit.
It would need to have Trump's face on both sides.
A two-faced coin.
Maybe make a Corona coin with Trump's face on one side and Biden's face on the other.
After all, they are two sides of the same coin.
That's perfect. I love that.
Well, this is a comment from Wolfman Jack, and it was when I was talking the other day about Christian nationalism.
And I just wanted to clarify, too.
He says, although I can see a form of general equity theonomy there.
And then he talks about...
Do I still have that in the board here?
Yeah, here we are. Here's the fan card of Trump as a Christian nationalist.
There he is in his armor.
He's got a sword that turns into a spear with, you know, some, like, an orthodox cross or something on the top of it.
It's all fan fiction.
People just make this stuff up.
But, you know, the other day when I was talking about it and talking about what John MacArthur said, I said, you know, this is prosperity gospel.
It is post-millennialism and things like that.
My point of talking about all of that Was, you know, when Wolfman Jack says this general equity theonomy, this is an argument, and I think it's what John MacArthur was responding to.
I said, you know, current events is not really his wheelhouse.
He's thinking about the discussions that have been going on for decades.
People like Rush Dooney, people like Greg Bonson, more recently Doug Phillips, people who are post-millennialists who are looking at theonomy and other things and dominion theories.
This is not a theological argument at this point in time, though.
This Christian nationalism is not a theological argument being held between Politico and the QAnon Michael Flynn people.
That's what I was trying to get across.
For John MacArthur, he's looking at it, and he's had...
And they ought to have these different discussions, and good for them for doing it.
But, you know, Rob Reiner, meathead...
He doesn't have questions about the dominion principle or about theonomy or theocracy or any of that stuff.
It's not about that.
For him, this is just, you know, his reaction to what is going on with the reawakened tour with Michael Flynn and these other people.
And my point of covering all that was, I said, we need to understand this is not about a theological disagreement that people are having.
This is about two factions.
One of them trying to kidnap Jesus for their own use, which is what Michael Flynn and these other people are doing.
And the other people who are scared to death of them because at the same time they're kidnapping Jesus, they're talking about having a civil war, using force against the people that they defeat in the election, or if they don't defeat them in the election, using force against them anyway.
That's the key thing that we need to understand.
And the key thing for us...
Is that for the people from the left, Rob Reiner and these other people, they're using this to try to silence anybody who is a Christian.
Anybody who wants to talk about what is happening in society or about governance and talk about it in the context of a moral foundation.
And then on the side of Michael Flynn and Steve Bannon and Jack Bosovic and these other people, they want to just use this for their political power, for their greed and other things like that.
And they're scaring the other people on the left to death.
They're... They're jacking around with a lot of these people just like they did with January the 6th.
They may be able to start something, get these people in a lot of trouble.
So people who are following them need to be aware of this and avoid these people like the plague.
And we need to take away from them this mantle of Christianity that they have stolen.
And that's the key thing.
We need to understand that this is not a theological argument that has been out there for a long time.
This is really about what is immediately happening.
And the other aspect of this...
You know, people like Rob Reiner, they want to put you in the closet.
They want to tell you to shut up, not talk about your moral principles or anything else like that.
And I think, you know, John MacArthur doesn't really see that because John MacArthur has never been intimidated by that.
I mean, he's been one of the boldest people in terms of talking about his convictions, going on Larry King and, you know, taking on Joel Osteen and all the rest of his people.
He's not worried about what people think about him at all.
And I think he really doesn't understand just how powerful that is to the general public.
That intimidation. That canceling and all the rest of the stuff.
You know, John MacArthur looks like, I don't care.
You know, it is what it is.
But it is a big issue for these other people.
And that's why we need to push back against this.
And say, these people do not represent Christianity.
Well, it is interesting, you know, for Pepsi, who owns Doritos, they found somebody to represent them, however.
And they really did want to be represented by a guy who's not only a transgender, but he has also publicly promoted pedophilia.
And various other things. Now they have, after this went viral, Pepsi got rid of this spokesperson who goes by the name of Sarah Hudson, but he's really 24 years old.
His real name is Ivan Gonzalez Renato out of Spain.
I would play a clip for you, but it is all subtitled because he speaks Spanish.
They announced him as the new brand ambassador in Spain.
This is way worse, by the way, than Dylan Mulvaney.
Because this guy is not only, you know, a tranny, but he is somebody who is openly promoting, in a very vulgar way, transgenderism and pedophilia.
Spain, of course, is where we just recently saw this carnival parade.
Where they had young children, looked like they were about the age of six or seven, young girls who dressed up like prostitutes and stuff, parading around.
I didn't cover that in a great deal of things.
But the fact checkers came out and said, oh, it's just satire.
Oh, really? You call it satire?
No, you can do whatever you want. It's kind of like that men's choir in San Francisco.
We're coming for your kids. We're coming for you.
And, you know, just before all this grooming stuff started, oh, it's just a joke.
Oh, it is, right? Oh, give them a pass.
You know, it's just like when they have their pride parade.
You know, these middle-aged men can run around naked.
It's okay. It's a pride parade.
Like one person said, I want to report somebody out here who's running around naked.
And the cop says, oh, where is it?
Oh, wait a minute. That's the pride parade.
That's no problem. They get to do whatever they want.
Because it's a parade, or it's a festival, or it's satire, or whatever.
No, you don't get to do that.
So this guy Hudson advocates the, quote, total destruction and abolition of the traditional family, unquote.
He identifies as a non-binary trans girl, openly mocks victims of child abuse.
In 2015, still a teenager at the time, wrote on Twitter, I want to do thuggish things, which I won't repeat, but he mentioned it to a 12-year-old girl.
Then he talked about another one, an 8-year-old girl, in very vulgar ways, things I'm not going to do.
But in another clip he says, I advocate for the destruction and the annihilation of the traditional monogamous nuclear family.
He also has a supposed music career where he dresses up and performs lewd and lascivious acts.
In February 2022, they had an interview with him at the Gay Times.
He said last year was a great year for Samantha Hudson, they said.
He was in this drag race of Spain.
He's featured on Vogue, starred in his own Christmas special, the first one dedicated to a queer community in Spain.
And then he gets this Pepsi contract to sell Doritos.
And so when he was interviewed by them, he said, you know, there's already really, already very good artists.
So terrible artists are missing from the market, you know?
Filth was lacking, depravity.
So I feel very proud to represent that niche of the marketplace.
So again, you look at this and he says, oh, that's just satire, right?
Well, he may be joking about it, but he really is selling filth and depravity.
And there's a lot of this that's happening in Spain.
A Spanish minister of equality says, children have the right to have sex with adults.
That's what children's rights are all about.
You put children's rights over and above and against parental rights.
That's what this is really about.
That's what our schools are doing.
It is simply pedophilia and grooming normalized through these institutions.
So, you know, this is what is being embraced by multinational corporations like Pepsi.
Biden is very upset that he can't force Christian doctors to perform trans surgeries.
Tonight, he's going to have a State of the Union.
As I mentioned yesterday, there's going to be the brother of Epstein.
I'm sorry, not Epstein.
The brother of Julian Assange is going to be there, brought by Thomas Massey, as a reminder to everybody of what Biden is doing.
Of course, I'll just remind you that all began in the Trump regime as well.
But they just had a federal court rule that Christian health care workers cannot be forced to do these trans surgeries and chemical things and stuff like that.
And oh, by the way, what was the enforcement mechanism that was going to be done by Biden in order to get them to do it?
Very clear. If you don't do this, we're going to We're going to cut you out of these programs like Medicare and Medicaid.
Same thing. It's always about the money.
You do what we say. You put the little boys in the little girls' room and the showers and all the rest of the stuff in the schools, or we're going to take your funding away.
And you do these surgeries, even if you don't want to do them, or we defund the hospital that you work for.
So therefore, they're going to fire you.
And he was going to run through HHS. Take away the HHS money for them.
Federal administrative enforcement by terminating the federal funding of any non-complying recipient.
This is what they always do.
This is what we can't get through to these people, these Trump supporters.
But of course, they don't want to hear the truth.
Grim Creeper 3, thank you for the tip.
David, Section 13 of the flu vaccine in station has not been tested for mutagenic, carcinogenic, or infertilization.
Yeah, that's flu injection.
I think that's a typo when you put that.
Anyway, yeah, we're just stopping testing of everything.
That's another Trump precedent that's come through with warp speed.
How'd you get it so fast? Well, we didn't test anything, right?
Handy says, my employer tried mandating the jab three months in a row.
They told us if we didn't take it, we voluntarily resign our employment.
Yeah. See? There's an example.
Christian Constitutional Conservative.
Executive Order 13887.
September 2019.
That's the one that I read.
Event 201.
October of 2019.
And COVID Breakout in China 2019.
That's right. So, again, a lot of 201s in there, isn't it?
So, this is another.
So, that's a tactic that they use.
Well, we're just going to defund your institution.
Take away all your... get you on the dole.
We hand out money to everybody and then we can use that to control people.
And then take a look at this.
Excessive fines. That's another big part of this.
And you got a lot of people who were talking about Biden's lawfare against Trump.
and what is happening in New York with this situation where he's got to come up with half a billion dollars and he's got to do it right away and liquid assets or they start confiscating his buildings.
Well, of course, those are excessive fines and he can appeal that aspect of it and should.
But again, they only care about that when it happens to Trump.
They don't care about it when it happens with civil asset forfeiture, where they confiscate massive things.
And one of the precedents that is being pointed to by Trump supporters, rightfully so...
It is the Supreme Court case going back a couple of years.
I remember when this happened. And it was a guy who had, for some minor violation, they confiscated or not even a violation.
They didn't convict him of anything.
They didn't even charge him with anything.
They just said, well, we think that, you know, and it was a very expensive SUV. I don't remember, Land Rover or something like that.
And it was pretty new.
So it was like $45,000, $50,000 or something.
Maybe it wasn't brand new.
There's probably a lot more than that.
But anyway, they just confiscated it.
They said, for what?
You know what? This is excessive punishment.
And you had the leftist judges.
I think it was Darth Vader Ginsburg who pushed back against that.
And it was.
It was excessive punishment, violation of the Constitution, the Eighth Amendment.
And yet, look at how this is rolling out everywhere.
Here's Liberty University.
Find a record $14 million for what?
For violating campus safety rules.
Nothing. Nothing at all, really.
And this is another one of these tactics.
You know, first of all, getting people addicted to the money and then pulling the funding.
But if you've got a political enemy that you don't like out there, you come up against them for some minor, minor violation.
And then you hit them with enough fines to basically put them out of business.
Now, $14 million is not going to put Liberty University out of business.
They're really big. But it is still an excessive fine.
But nobody's going to do anything about this.
They may do something about Trump, but they're not going to do anything about this.
And if they do something about Trump, you better believe they're not going to use it as a principle and say, well, you're not going to do that to Trump and you're not going to do it to anybody else.
No, they'll just fix it for Trump and leave it that way for everybody else.
And so this is the Department of Education.
Coming after Liberty University that they don't like.
Why? Well, because they have cited and endorsed Trump.
They found that they had violated campus safety laws.
A 100-page report released by the Department of Education outlined a systemic and persistent failure.
Was anybody hurt?
No. Well, if they're worried about safety, why don't they go to San Francisco?
Why don't they go to Chicago? Or even to Austin, where there's a Soros district attorney there.
Well, they don't do anything about that.
And so there was something called the Clery Act that requires colleges taking part in federal student aid programs to provide accurate information on public safety issues to students, parents, employees, and prospective students and staff.
Does this include things like getting injected with an untested novel vaccine?
No, not anything about warning with that.
The Biden administration didn't warn people about that.
They demanded that you take that, and they used their surrogates.
And how did they get the universities to do this?
We talked earlier about how many universities are still having vaccine mandates.
Well, a lot of pressures are put there.
And just like this, this is coming from the Department of Education.
If these people challenge, Liberty University challenges this, guess what?
They're going to cut off All the money that they get through these scholarships and other things like that.
So Liberty University is not going to do it.
Liberty University bows and scrapes before them, says, here's your $14 million, and yes, we're very bad and we will do this.
What did they do?
Nothing at all. They said there was a couple of situations where they didn't notify people of a gas leak or of a bomb threat.
$14 million. This is incredible.
Not effectively recording crime statistics.
Not providing clear enough campus safety messages.
And so Liberty University says, we'll continue to work in cooperation with the department to prioritize student safety.
We're so sorry. Same thing the hospitals did.
Just roll over.
Because they've got their financial hooks in them.
It is absolutely amazing.
Delta Mike 8384.
COVID vaccine commercials never have disclaimers on them.
If that doesn't make you think, nothing will.
There's no safety warning.
Maybe the Department of Education ought to come after Pfizer and Moderna for not educating people properly.
It truly is amazing.
In 2019, Michigan State University was fined $4.5 million under the Clery Act.
In connection with the Larry Nassar sexual abuse scandal.
Now, this is a situation where you got somebody there who is a serial sexual abuser.
They got $4.5 million.
They said, well, you didn't tell people that there was a bomb threat, so we're going to hit you with $14 million.
The Department of Education said Tuesday, Liberty University's administration promptly acknowledged the violations outlined in this report, demonstrated a commitment to remedy them.
The Eighth Amendment is one of the things...
That is just like every one of the Bill of Rights.
They're just trampling it, shredding it, setting it on fire, everything else.
And of course, when you look at Liberty University, perhaps I thought, what would it have been that would have been so dangerous that they could have warned people about it?
Well, perhaps if Jerry Falwell Jr., the sexual predator, was on campus, maybe they should have sent out an alert about that.
Failure to alert the student body that Jerry Falwell Jr.
was on campus. Maybe that would have been a valid reason for a multi-million dollar bond.
