As the clock strikes 13, it's Wednesday, the 10th of January, year of our Lord 2024.
Well, today we've got a couple of important interviews.
We're going to be talking about the way that ESG is going to be securitized and the way these people are going to take possession of everything.
I talked yesterday about the great taking, but there's another scheme that is running through the New York Stock Exchange and the SEC and, believe it or not, the Rockefeller Foundation, the usual suspects that are there.
They want to hold title to what they estimate, conservatively, to be $4 quadrillion worth of property.
Yes, they want to monetize and take over all natural resources.
And a natural asset company.
So we've got an interview talking about that.
Dr. Shivaya Duray is going to be joining us as well, talking about ballot access.
Nobody really cares about ballot access, but when you start trying to get on the ballot, you really realize just how corrupt this system is.
And I want people to understand this is far bigger than Trump.
Everything is far bigger than Trump.
We'll be right back. We're going to talk about the national parks coming up.
And how this has been a gradual rollout.
You know, we say, well, they can't take all the assets in the world.
They can't take all the natural resources.
Take a look at what they did with the national parks.
Right here in the Great Smoky Mountains, as I've said before, I love going through the park.
I love the area here.
But it always grieves me to go through Cades Cove, a community of people who lived there and just had their property stolen.
By the federal government. They turned it into a national park.
You don't think they can do that other places as well?
It's for the good of the common good of the community.
You know, they have to preserve these things.
We can't leave them in the hands of private property, the hands of you people.
You don't know how to take care of this.
And that's exactly the way they're selling these natural asset companies and how they're rigging this up.
And then, of course, the next step was to make the Great Smoky Mountains and I've got the number written down in my notes.
There's something like 700 different parks into UN World Heritage Sites.
Now, we go from private property, the federally owned, to UN protected.
And now, in order to really protect them, we have to turn them over to, we have to securitize them.
We have to create derivatives over them.
We have to grant with some kind of a feudal system, a fiefdom, to these corporations that are publicly traded.
And of course, it'll be a public-private partnership, and they'll allow people to invest in this, so you can become a tiny stakeholder in this, maybe.
This is where the stakeholder capitalism of the World Economic Forum really does tie together.
So we're going to be talking about that coming up in an hour.
So I've got a lot of news that I want to cover before we get into that.
I just want to give you a teaser of it.
It is a very big issue.
Something that was not on my radar.
And... Senator Nicely was nice enough to recommend.
I talked to Courtney Turner, who has a show.
She's going to be joining us to talk about that as well.
And that got it on my radar.
And when I looked at what this was, it made my blood boil.
So, yesterday we were talking about the National Park Service and how they were going to purge William Penn from his own sight.
We have a statue of William Penn at William Penn's historical home and the park that was created 40 years ago, 1982, 42 years ago.
The park that was created there, they called it the Welcome Park, but now William Penn is not welcome there.
Welcome was the name of the ship that brought him over.
They were going to remove his statue, and as part of refurbishing the area and focusing on Native Americans, they were going to get rid of his statue.
There was a lot of pushback.
There was a lot of pushback from people in Philadelphia, a lot of pushback even from Democrats in Pennsylvania, the place that's named after this guy they want to purge.
And so, yesterday, after this was up for a few hours, it didn't take very long, people contacted them and they have now backed down.
But let me tell you, the statue is just the final symbol of what they're doing, these Marxists.
I can guarantee you that if this thing is run by the federal government, by the National Park Service, everything there in the narrative will be attacking William Penn and white people.
And colonizers and all the rest of this stuff.
They want to make this about what they say indigenous people.
Well, you know what? William Penn is indigenous to Pennsylvania.
Let's stop this nonsense.
As Russell Means said when he created the American Indian Movement, he said, people whose ancestors have been here for centuries see themselves as natives.
And we are.
And if you want to know why they want to denigrate us and say that we are not Native, it's because of this.
You take a look at these massive caravans that Biden is bringing in.
It's very clear that he wants to replace the Native Americans, those of us who are American whose families and ancestors built this country that he wants to steal and destroy.
You better believe that the reason he wants to demonize us It's because he wants to take us down below people who are coming in here illegally, two-thirds of them on welfare.
A far greater percentage than people who are Americans, legally, American citizens, or legal immigrants.
Far more people on welfare than illegal immigrants coming in.
So that's what's really behind all this, of course.
And, you know, as I said yesterday, The Indians didn't build Philadelphia.
The Indians didn't build Pennsylvania.
The Indians didn't build America.
It's a very different place than what they had there.
And we're not allowed to honor what has been done.
And I'm not just talking about bricks and mortar.
I'm talking about the principles, as I mentioned yesterday.
Jury nullification, free exercise of religion, habeas corpus, all the other things that William Penn fought for because he was a man of character and belief.
Strong Christian faith was behind what he fought for.
And we have all benefited from that.
And it's because they want to remove jury nullification, habeas corpus, freedom of religion, all the rest of the stuff.
That's why they're removing his statue.
This article from Zero Hedge.
With Ivy League institutions finally revealed as Marxists, The woke, another woke ritual, removing statues, is in place in Philadelphia.
Well, I gotta say, it's not woke, it's Marxist.
Again, the interview that I had with Xi Van Fleet, where she talked about Mao's America, she said this is exactly what Mao did in China.
You better understand it. The subtitle of it is A Survivor's Warning, Mao's America.
This is all textbook Marxism.
Forget the term woke.
They're not woke. And we're not red.
They're red. I can't believe how they repackage this and people think, well, this is something completely different.
It's not connected at all with Marxism.
No, it is. It always has been.
Stop letting them label things, because when they label it, they define it.
When they label it, they set up the elevated positions from which they're going to argue.
They've defined the terms of the debate with their labels.
House Republican leader in the state of Pennsylvania, Brian Cutler, called this another sad example of the left in this country scraping the bottom of the barrel of wokeism.
No, it's Marxism.
People were so afraid to call somebody a Marxist because they overplayed this with McCarthyism.
They identified a lot of real Marxists.
And, of course, there was a tremendous amount of Marxism in Hollywood with Franklin School and other things like that.
It was a deliberate subtext to a lot of things that they were doing.
But they were going around pointing, you know, accusing everybody of being Marxist.
like I said the other day, the FBI calling Frank Capra, the guy who did the why we fight series for America during World War II, a set of propaganda films, if you will, but it was white propaganda.
You know, propaganda can be a lie.
That's black propaganda, or it can be telling people the truth and, uh, you know, presenting things in a positive way.
And it was a propagandistic film for America.
Frank Capra did that.
Calling him a Marxist because he attacked the banks.
Talking about somebody like Jimmy Stewart who left his position of wealth and privilege as an actor and said, no, I'm going to be a fighter, Pilar.
I'm a bomber pilot. I think he's a bomber pilot.
But anyway, he achieved a very high rank in the Air Force and he did battle.
Call him a Marxist.
There were plenty of people in Hollywood who were genuine Marxists, but they expanded this so far that they discredited that.
And people are afraid to call Marxism what it is today.
They call it woke.
And we use their terminology.
These people are not awake.
And if you use the term woke, you're not awake to what's going on either.
You better use the term Marxism.
Call it what it is.
So they said it could also be the residents of the city who have a final say in the matter because they don't like what's being done.
But let me tell you who's going to have the final say in the matter.
It's going to be the people there at the site who are employed by the National Park Service.
We used to always see this.
We took the kids to historical places when they were young.
We used to go frequently to Colonial Williamsburg.
Loved it. But it just got worse and worse and worse.
They kept pushing this Marxist narrative of, you know, the bad white colonizers, and they just got worse all the time.
Sometimes I would challenge them with the family there.
But, you know, we also went up to...
The Plymouth Rock and took the tour there.
They have like a settlement that was set up there.
They've completely gone off the rail.
They hate the pilgrims.
They love the Indians and they see this not as a cooperative effort, which it was for about 60 or 70 years, but And then there was a war, which was started, and you can make a very good case that it was started not by the pilgrims, but by an Indian chief.
But again, you know, bad actors on both sides of this.
But they lived at peace for quite some time.
They don't want to focus on that.
They want to have a conflict narrative.
And so I've seen this everywhere, and I guarantee you that's what's going to happen at William Penn's house.
You know, go there. If you go there, make sure that you talk to your kids and contradict and counter the lies that are going to be told to them by the people who work there.
That's the bottom line.
And it's always good.
Look, it's good to let people so that your kids see the other side.
And then you can expose it as a lie.
We've always done that. We've done that with evolution.
We've done that with Marxism and all the rest of the stuff.
Teach them what the other people are teaching them.
Then tell them the truth. Tell them why that is being taught is wrong.
That's an important thing to do.
Because you are to walk with your kids in the way as they go, right?
Deuteronomy 6. As you're walking with your kids, you teach them about God.
You teach them what is right and wrong.
That's your job. That's not the government's job.
You know what the government is teaching them about politics, economics, and even their own sexuality.
You don't want them teaching them.
Anyway, they said, as one person on social media said, everything is a test.
From this memorial of William Penn to the taking over of bridges and freeways out west, highways here on the east coast, to Ireland, to the UK and beyond, the COVID isolation, the trampling on the First Amendment, they're seeing how far they can go.
And they got pretty far with Trump in the lockdowns, didn't they?
Even Democratic Governor Josh Shapiro weighed in.
He said, quote, My team has been in contact with the Biden administration throughout the day to correct this decision, and I'm pleased that Welcome Park will remain the rightful home of this William Penn statue.
Well, they will subvert it with everything else that's going on there.
And as we look at this, you know, it's just this last weekend where Biden does his angry speech, and he says that Republicans are trying to steal history.
We're the ones who are trying to steal history, if you want to say that you're Republican or conservative, right?
No, it's Biden and the Democrats who are trying to steal history.
They're trying to take down monuments.
They're trying to reinterpret everything, of course.
But it's always about projection, isn't it?
It's about accusing the other side of what you are actually doing.
And that's exactly what he did.
He said, instead of erasing history, we are making history.
He sounds just like Karl Rove, doesn't he?
George W. Bush's turd blossom, campaign manager, who said, we are an empire now.
And we will act, and you will analyze, and while you are analyzing what we have done, we will act again because we are history's actors.
And you're just observers.
Are you just an observer?
No. Or will you push back against these people?
Again, William Penn made history.
People like William Penn made this nation.
And they did it out of their convictions.
Their Christian convictions, mostly.
But they did it with character.
You know, I was showing the caravan.
Again, you know, when you look at this caravan, this is what Biden wants, of course.
Working very hard to do that.
And here's what your new neighbors are going to be like.
You had an Ecuador.
You had gunmen storm a TV station live on air.
And I'm sure that as they're having these problems and these prison breaks in Ecuador, that they're going to give up like so many of these other Central and South American countries and just empty the prisons into the United States.
I remember I was living in Florida when Castro released all these prisoners, an aerial bolt lift, and just took people out of the prisons and sent them to Florida.
And the Cuban people who were there were very angry about that.
They knew what was going on.
But, you know, Ecuador can't control these things.
Venezuela, these other places, they can't control.
So just send them in. And even if they don't send them in, what's to stop these cartels from coming in?
You've had in Ecuador...
Two gang leaders in just the last week or so have escaped from prison.
Now, if they've got gangs, why would they want to hang around Ecuador?
It's a banana republic, literally a banana republic.
That's their main source of income.
Wouldn't they want to go to rich America?
Wouldn't they want to come up here and get free unemployment, free health care in California, and they could run their criminal enterprises as well on the side?
And they could get away from Ecuador or all these other places where they are known?
Mass gunmen broke into a live TV station in Ecuador and threatened the terrified staff live on air.
Employees were forced to the floor during the broadcast by the public television channel.
Before the live feed was cut, the attackers were later seen leaving the studio reportedly with several hostages.
They say police have made arrests, but there's not much information about the arrests that they made.
A 60-day state of emergency began in Ecuador on Monday after a notorious gangster vanished from his prison cell.
Is that where Epstein went?
It's unclear whether the incident at the TV studio was related to the disappearance from a prison the same day as the boss of the Choneros gang, also known as Fido.
Fido. Fetch.
In neighboring Peru, the government there ordered the immediate deployment of a police force to the border.
Well, why would they do that?
Just let them come in.
That's what Biden wants, right?
Is Biden going to put any security?
Of course not. But, you know, when you have somebody who's dangerous break out of prison in Ecuador, then Peru says, put police at the border.
We don't want these guys coming into our country.
Tell them to go to America. To prevent any of them from crossing into the country, they put the police at the border.
What a novel idea. Why didn't we think of that?
Why didn't Trump think of that?
Does he really want to protect?
He did nothing to protect the borders.
What a poser!
What a liar! What a fraud he is!
During Tuesday's assault at the TV station, one gunman pointed a pump-action shotgun at the head of one of the captives who was also threatened with a revolver.
Don't shoot! Please don't shoot!
You heard them say, please, they came in to kill us, said an employee.
God, don't let this happen.
The criminals are on air.
The president of Ecuador said on Tuesday that an internal armed conflict now exists in the country, and he was mobilizing the armed forces to carry out military operations to neutralize it.
You see, this is what Biden wants.
Bring in the cartels.
Bring in the terrorists. Create crime waves.
And then, oh, well, we're going to have to pull out the military.
Or Trump. Trump, right?
Again, Trump, border, border, border.
Look at all the crime. And he does nothing about it, just like he did nothing about the summer riots in 2020.
But at this next presidency, that would be the opportunity...
For them to seize control with a different kind of martial law.
Trump already instituted medical martial law in 2020.
In the early hours of Tuesday, nearly 40 inmates, including a convicted drug lord, broke out of a prison.
At least seven police officers were kidnapped in a video circulating on social media shows three of the kidnapped officers sitting on the ground with a gun pointed at them as one is forced to read a statement addressed to the president.
You declared war, you will get war, says the officer.
You declared a state of emergency, we declare police, civilians, and soldiers to be the spoils of war.
And as one person said, in Ecuador we've never seen this kind of a thing.
This is new. Well, we're going to see some of this new stuff in America as well.
Because Biden wants everybody to come in.
We are not criminals, they said.
I'm sure there's not any criminals in those thousands of people, as far as you can see, packed shoulder to shoulder across the border.
There are not any criminals in there.
I'm sure there's no criminals, don't you?
They can't possibly.
They're so much better than Americans are, aren't they?
And we're the criminals. We're the ones who have to be controlled.
They said, well, we've never seen this type of thing before, so what kind of security situation are we in?
If a television station is capable of receiving this type of robbery, this type of insecurity, imagine restaurants and shops, said one person on social media.
So, again, meet your new neighbors coming in.
Now, at the same time, Gun control is ramping up everywhere, especially in the UK. And in the UK, they have traditionally had people who are in the countryside who have shooting clubs and hunting clubs and things like that.
They have been allowed to have some firearms.
But that is now being canceled with a British version of Operation Chokepoint, which began under the Obama administration.
Where they said we're going to debank anybody who is a gun retailer or a gun manufacturer or some other things like that.
But of course now they're using debanking against their political opponents in the UK like Nigel Farage and other things like that.
So they're using this very extensively.
So as we open up the borders, as we open up immigration all across Western civilization, bring the barbarians in the gate, And disarm the Native Americans, disarm the Native Europeans.
The shooting businesses, including shops and clubs, have blown the whistle on cancel-happy banks.
Isn't it funny how Obama and the UK and all these people are using the same tactics?
And really doing it at the same time, too.
The English country stalwarts like gun shops and shooting syndicates and gun clubs are being treated like criminals, said the British Association for Shooting and Conservation.
So this is what happens.
You know, this used to be what the NRA was.
They've now got Wayne LaPierre on trial.
I have no opinion about the accusations of irregularities, except that I'm suspicious since it's coming from Letitia James and people of her ilk, political prosecutors there.
I do have to say that I've never been a fan of the NRA. I felt they were limited in terms of what they wanted to do.
I was much more impressed with Gun Owners of America and even the National Association for Gun Rights and other groups like that were all, I thought, better than the NRA. But when Wayne LaPierre went there, give him credit for saying it's not about hunting.
Because if you make it about hunting, this is what you wind up with.
The only people in the UK who have legitimate guns, I guess, are the British Association for Shooting and Conservation.
It's simply, you have to have people who own guns in order to defend gun ownership.
You have to have people who own cars in order to defend car ownership and on and on.
You have to have people who value guns.
The anonymity and the privacy of cash.
In order to continue to have cash, you have to use it.
All of these different things.
If we don't use them, we lose them.
The paper notes that gun clubs and shops are being treated exactly like prostitutes.
Of course, they call them sex workers.
The banks are refusing to do business with them and actually had memos where they equated sports shooting with prostitution, adult entertainment, including prostitution.
So the British Association of Shooting and Conservation hit back at this moral equivalence.
It was made between the shooting industry and sex workers, quote-unquote.
A spokesman saying, just because a very small minority of people oppose shooting, it doesn't become a reputation risk for banks to have this on their books.
The association warned against banks discriminating against perfectly legal and respectable accounts that have been run for years on a proper basis, they said.
You wouldn't expect your water, electricity, or gas to be shut down because of your interest in shooting.
So why should banks be allowed to get away with politicizing fundamental financial services to the taxpayers that not long ago had to bail them out?
Well, of course, we all know the answer to that.
And now people do expect that they will get shut down on social media or YouTube or other things like that.
I've made the allegory in terms of talking about censorship on social media.
I said, you really want to know what this is like?
It's like the phone company, and you've got Lily Tomlin, the operator, who's sitting on the phone, listening in on all the conversations.
And if she doesn't like what you have to say, they cancel you.
That's really the metaphor for social media.
So, yeah, you do go back to these utility companies that are there.
Before we take a quick break, I just want to, you know, the Consumer Electronics Show is involved, and everything has commenced again this year, beginning of January.
And they haven't done it for the last couple of years because of the pandemic scare.
But it's back on, and it's all about artificial intelligence.
A few years ago, it was all about electric cars and autonomous driving cars.
And now Volkswagen has unveiled their innovation.
They want to integrate ChatGPT into their vehicles.
And when I laughed about this, my son said, if only they still made Pontiac Firebirds.
It could happen.
Maybe they'll call it chat, K-I-T-T, instead of GPT, to do kit from Knight Rider.
Volkswagen's voice assistant integrating chat GPT into its cars will be able to converse with users in a back-and-forth dialogue by the middle of the year, said Volkswagen on Monday.
And they presented this at Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas.
Isn't that great? It's like taking the nagging backseat driver, putting them in the front seat, and of course, it having the capability to snatch the wheel out of your hand in any moment or stomp on the brakes.
That's exactly what I want in a car.
Isn't that what you want? Of course, you'll pay more for it.
So, I said, from raising the temperature when it hears, I'm feeling cold, to showing the nearest Indian restaurant upon hearing, I want butter chicken.
But of course, it would never nag you about going too fast or breaking too quickly or taking a corner too quickly.
I'm sure that's not in the works.
We'll be right back.

Well, I had a listener send me an email to correct something I had to say.
He said, you said that states like California got tens of billions of dollars from the Make America Sick Again Trump, he says, and stay tuned, I got a t-shirt coming up.
But he said, California, however, didn't get tens of billions.
California got a whopping $555 billion, half a trillion.
It's had more than twice their annual budget of $225 billion.
And, of course, it hasn't taken long for Gavin Newsom to go through that and to get them into a budget crisis again, doing things like offering unemployment to illegal foreign citizens and free health care and all the rest of this stuff.
That hasn't even kicked in yet.
And they've already got a budget deficit.
But he said California got a whopping half a trillion dollars, essentially $555 billion.
And then he said, and how come D.C. got $22,222 per person when hayseeds like me, he said, in Indiana only got $9,971 per person?
Travis, pull this up.
How much coronavirus funding has gone to your state?
This is a website that he referenced that has all this information there.
Just to repeat, it's over $22,000 in D.C., And then in places like Indiana and also in Tennessee, about 9,900, about half of what D.C. got.
Places like Texas and Florida got about 11,000.
14,000 per person in California.
So again, when you look at this, what I think may be the difference, because I was not, you know, when I was talking about, and when they break that down, It's every coronavirus program that Trump came up with and the people who work for him that he is responsible for, okay? Let's not try to excuse what he did.
It's just insanity to try to excuse that.
Look at it. Ask him questions about it.
Ask him if he's going to do it again.
Don't excuse it.
Don't excuse it and just say, but Biden did this and I don't want to see what Trump did.
The same thing they do with the Epstein stuff.
But what I think the discrepancy is, and what I was talking about, was the money that, you know, some of this money went to, you know, the PPP program, and that was allocated to businesses and stuff like that.
But the Trump administration gave tremendous amounts of money directly to the governors, and it was at their discretion how that money was going to be spent.
Boy, you talk about a powerful political situation.
That's why when you look at what happened in Idaho with Brad Little, he had three or four times what the entire state budget was for his own discretion.
And it was a very powerful thing.
It was solely under their control.
And so that was one of the things I was talking about.
But it's also interesting to see the massive amount of money that was there.
And then the question is, Why is Trump now, as they're getting close to the election, a couple of strange things.
They keep saying that DeSantis doesn't have a chance.
So why is Trump running all of these attack ads on DeSantis?
If that's the case, what is he worried about?
And so one of these attack ads that he just came out with was the, as a matter of fact, I don't see that in here.
Do you have that, Travis, the attack ad where Trump came after DeSantis on lockdown?
See if you've got that.
Maybe we missed that in the deck.
But, you know, Trump has run some ads from the very beginning of lockdown, and I remember this, and I covered this, and I talked about it, and I criticized DeSantis.
I said, look, he's shut down travel coming from the north on I-95, and he shut traffic coming down on I-10.
He had roadblocks, and they were, you know, and in the video that they had, they've got people backed up.
And the police are looking at, are you a resident?
If you're not a resident, you can't come into Florida, that type of thing.
It was ridiculous. But that was like the first two weeks.
At the beginning of April, Governor Kemp in Georgia and the Governor Kemp in Georgia, as well as DeSantis at about the same time, started removing those things.
And DeSantis, even though Kemp started, DeSantis removed more and did it more quickly than anybody else.
By September, he had removed everything.
So they began removing the restrictions in April.
Trump doesn't want you to know that.
This is one of the reasons why you testify.
They say, will you tell the truth?
The whole truth and nothing but the truth.
And on one of those occasions, in this Trump ad, they are telling the truth about what DeSantis did, but it's not the whole truth.
And they add some false conclusions and spins to it as well.
So they add some lies to it.
But the question is, if Trump disagreed with DeSantis, why did he keep sending him money?
If Trump disagreed with Newsom and with Cuomo, why did he keep sending them money?
Trump has talked about cutting funds off to states when he doesn't like what they're doing.
And he has done it. He knows that mechanism, as all of the executives do.
The Santas did that within his state to people who he thought were being too restrictive.
They all understand that they have the power of the purse, and they can punish people if they don't do what they want.
And that's how the federal government always gets around the Tenth Amendment restrictions.
And that's why they were giving so much money to these governors.
But the bottom line is, if you go back and you look at what happened as DeSantis and Kemp started taking down these restrictions that Trump and Fauci wanted, Trump went public and criticized them.
I strongly disagree with what they are doing in terms of ending these restrictions, and that was at the very beginning of April.
And by the way, Trump used Fauci.
He used Fauci.
To attack those two governors.
And now he accuses DeSantis of being complimentary of Fauci.
And DeSantis was complimentary of Fauci at the beginning.
But then he began to criticize him.
And of course, Trump, even though his supporters begged him to fire Fauci, did not fire him.
He craved Fauci's praise.
And he gave Fauci a medal.
Unbelievable in terms of the hypocrisy.
You've got the clip there.
Let's play just a little bit of it here.
There we go. There's a mandatory checkpoint at the state.
Sound is going to come in just a moment here.
Backing up traffic for miles.
Yesterday we saw huge delays there.
Some people waiting hours to get to that checkpoint.
Kim, no state border checkpoints in Alabama, but as you can see here in Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis issued an executive order.
I am recommending to the Board of Governors who are going to talk to the university presidents about going to remote learning for the rest of the spring semester at all Florida universities.
Restaurants, we're going to do similar to what California did.
Bars and nightclubs effective 5 p.m.
today. They're going to be suspended for 30 days.
I worked with Miami Beach Mayor in Fort Lauderdale, supported their closures of some of their beaches.
More restrictions put in place tonight in Miami Beach.
The Entertainment District between 5th and 15th Streets is getting an 8 p.m.
curfew. Okay, so that is a Trump commercial.
All of that is true. But that was the first two weeks.
And then Trump criticized him when he stopped doing it.
And Trump kept giving him money, whatever he did, and kept giving money to the most restrictive governors.
So just, you know, when you look at this, it's all about the money, isn't it?
It's how you control things. We're going to be talking about that coming up in the next hour, the natural asset companies.
But before we get into that, And before we get into the SEC's role in that, the SEC's got a role in creating this new derivative structure that's going to be how they're going to monetize ESG. Yeah, everybody's looking at ESG and saying, this is fraudulent.
They are... Telling people they're all about making money, but they're virtue signaling to the government on the environment and on social issues and things like that.
And they are essentially blackmailing the companies whose stock is publicly traded and whose stock they have bought.
They're essentially blackmailing them.
Well, they're coming up with a structure where they're going to be making a lot of money, an unbelievable amount of money.
But before we get to that, just to talk about what is happening with the SEC, we've seen a lot of volatility in Bitcoin in the last couple of weeks.
That volatility, for the most part, has been based on people saying, well, what is the SEC going to allow us to do or not allow us to do?
And they're talking about having a Bitcoin ETF. And when we talk, when Tony Ardaman of Wise Wolf Gold is on, we talk about paper gold and paper silver.
That is an ETF. You have these people, and one of them is GLD for gold, and the other one is SLV for silver.
They were there first.
They got really big, and that's one of the things they're talking about with this.
Let's have the SEC just approve this in general instead of doing it like they did with these paper gold and silver things so the people who got there first made the most money.
They say, well, we've got a lot of gold, and we've got silver, and we own this, and we've got it.
Trust us. It's there in the vault in Shanghai.
And you can trust us.
And so we own this gold, and we will sell you, I think it's something like one-tenth of an ounce or something like that.
So if gold is, you know...
$2,000 a share they'll sell to you for $200 or maybe it's one one-hundredth of an ounce.
I don't know. But anyway, you can buy shares and you can do it very quickly and economically compared to the way that you could get Bitcoin, right?
You don't have to go through, if they set this up as an ETF, you could, instead of going through Coinbase and waiting for all this stuff to transfer, you could just buy these derivatives from somebody who says they've got a bunch of Bitcoin, whether they do or not, because that's the issue with the paper gold and silver.
It doesn't seem to track the price of gold and silver.
And there's been a lot of, we've talked about this many times, I've talked about it with Tony Aardman on the show, there's a real question as to whether or not they've got the gold or silver.
And if you've got an ETF of Bitcoin, there might be a question as to whether or not they've actually got the Bitcoin that you can just buy over the exchange.
And so Bitcoin fluctuated quite a bit, and yesterday it fluctuated a lot because this has been going up and down based on rumors about what the SEC is going to do about an ETF Bitcoin.
And so somebody took over, hacked their Twitter account, and announced that they were going to approve the Bitcoin ETF. And it was a very quick pump and dump from somebody that was there.
I wonder if they will track that down and see who made the shares.
Maybe they will. They never did it for 9-11, right?
They didn't do it for October 7th either.
You had the same thing kind of happen.
You had a lot of people who seemed to have prior knowledge about what was going on with 9-11 as well as October 7th and played it in the stock markets.
But with this, they may look at that to see who made the money.
But, again, this is all part, I think, of the great taking.
Every time you look at one of these Wall Street scams, it's based on derivatives.
If you want to know what happened with the 2007-2008 crash over the real estate stuff, The Big Short is a very interesting movie that kind of lays out a lot of what happens.
But you also see just how corrupt...
The SEC and these organizations are.
You know, they're like the FDA in terms of the regulatory capture.
And so this is going to be yet another derivative scam, not as big as the natural asset companies that we're going to be talking about.
Crypto advocates contend that the launch of the spot Bitcoin funds could bring a new type of investor into digital assets.
Oh, yeah. You better believe it will.
A new level of non-transparency, potential fraud, and the kind of investors that always hover around that stuff.
Last year the SEC lost a court case against crypto asset manager Grayscale, which wants to convert an over-the-counter trust holding Bitcoin into an ETF. The SEC declined to appeal the ruling, fueling speculation that the regulator would soon approve Bitcoin ETFs.
And so this speculation, whether they would or whether or not, has been driving it back and forth.
Seven years ago, the SEC denied the first spot Bitcoin exchange traded ETF application.
But the tweet that went out yesterday caused a rapid pump and then a plummet.
In Bitcoin's prices, traders try to make sense of the apparent approval.
Fraudulent announcements like the one that was made on the SEC's social media can manipulate markets, and we need transparency on what happened, tweeted Senator Cynthia Loomis, Republican of Wyoming.
So are these ETFs transparent?
Or are they easily fraudulent?
That's the question. You know, the interesting thing is how they are allied against all things crypto as being fraudulent.
And yet, I think the ETFs and what's going on in the New York Stock Exchange and the rest of the stuff is far bigger fraud than anything that's going on here.
But it's just another example.
You know, we look at paper gold and paper silver, questions surrounding that.
It's another reason why you really want to have this stuff in your physical possession.
Things that, once you pay for it, they can't track it.
They don't know where it is.
When you look at the great taking, you know, they're saying, well, if this goes through, as this guy is saying it will, they would say, well, anybody who's got money in the bank, we're taking that.
We're going to flush out all the bank accounts.
Even if you own something, if the people declare bankruptcy, they may come back and take those assets back from you.
Like I talked about the builder, you know, the builder...
He was having problems and people had given him deposits to build a house.
He didn't still have those deposits, by the way.
He had said, and I forget what the time frame was, but it's just under, I don't know if it's like six months, but it was just under the bankruptcy court's ability to grab stuff.
These people had given him cash and he said, I can't do it.
He returned the cash to them.
And then, you know, six months later, he declares bankruptcy, and the bankruptcy court came back and stole that cash from the people that he'd returned it to.
They were trying to build another house.
And so when we look at the great taking, that's one aspect of it.
But again, all of these things that are digital assets, things that are encumbered with debt in one way or the other, or tied to the fiat currency or the financial system, they're all vulnerable.
And especially these things that are derivatives.
That's why it's very important that Tony has set up DavidKnight.Gold to take you there and to WiseWolf.Gold.
And of course, as we mentioned in the past, you can engage in a gradual pattern of saving with Wolfpack.
At a lot of different levels, and of course, he will do small as well as big transactions on a regular basis, not even on an ad hoc basis as you need it, or you can set it up on a regular basis with those savings plans.
And so, again, you know, when you look at the ETF... And we've had experience with this with the gold and silver.
It looks a bit shaky, but again, the advantage that they're trying to sell to people was that they can go to these ETFs And do a very quick transaction.
Of course, they'll pay for that fee, but they don't have to go through Coinbase and wait for it to transfer.
But again, you don't know if you really own this, right?
And that's really a key thing with gold and silver, if you don't have physical possession of it.
So we're going to take a quick break, and when we come back, we're going to take a look at the climate crisis.
Yeah, it's probably cold and snowy there, but it's really about the climate czar John Kerry and the rest of these people who are on their way and their private jets to Davos scheming about what they're going to take away from us.
We'll be right back. Analyzing
the Globalist's next move.
And now, The David Nutshow.
you Well, Davos is about to start.
It's going next Monday.
We have the Iowa caucuses and we have Davos.
On the way are Vladimir Zelensky of Ukraine.
He's going to be speaking to people there.
Also, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
EU Commission President Ursula von der Leiden.
French President Macron, UN Secretary General Guterres, you'll have the Israeli President Isaac Herzog.
So there's all the usual suspects going to Switzerland to the World Economic Forum.
More than 60 heads of state will be there.
And the head of the U.S. delegation is going to be none other than failed presidential candidate and climate crazy John Kerry flying in on his private jet.
There's also some surprising people there, perhaps.
Argentina's new president, Javier Malay, is going to be there at Davos.
Oh, well, it's okay.
You know, we were told it was okay when Trump went.
It wasn't okay, however, you know, when Brian Kemp went.
Everybody said, he's a Davos guy.
Look at that. He's at the conference.
They said the same thing about the Virginia governor, Youngkin.
Look at that. He's at Davos.
He's a shill.
He's a sellout. I think they're right.
Now, both of them said, I'm here to get jobs for my state, which is what Trump said.
But, of course, we judge Trump by a completely different standard than anybody else.
It doesn't matter what you see him do.
It doesn't matter what he does.
Even if he does it to you, you give him an excuse, don't the MAGA people.
I'm not talking about my audience because those people, I think, have long since left.
But it truly is amazing to see that.
So, again, when we look at Javier Malay, I'm concerned about that.
I wouldn't be caught dead as a speaker or a guest or head of state at Davos.
What are these people doing there?
It's very concerning. Also, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, who is pushing WorldCoin and not just AI, but pushing CBDC globally.
Microsoft's CEO. They'll all be there, and they'll be discussing.
This is the way the Associated Press puts it.
They'll be discussing big ideas and hundreds of public sessions.
And then they go on to assuage your concerns.
There is also more secretive backroom deal-making in the Epscale Hotels near the conference center that hosts the gathering.
They talk about big ideas, but they make little headway at World Economic Forum, says the Associated Press.
Okay. Except that they seemed to get everything that they wanted in 2020, didn't they?
So, yeah, they don't have any condemnation about the fact that secretive backroom deal-making that is going on.
No condemnation of that whatsoever.
Instead, they tell you, yeah, there's a lot of big ideas there.
Well, you understand what the big idea is, don't you?
The big idea is to kill us or enslave us.
That's the big idea. That's what these people are all about, every time.
But AP thinks you don't know that.
What was his name, Anthony?
I forget his name now.
The guy says, yeah, they think Richmond, north of Richmond.
They think we don't know, but we do.
Yeah, we do know, don't we?
Climate crank, as Jordan Schlockdell says, climate crank John Kerry is going to lead the Biden administration delegation to 2024 Davos.
He will be the special presidential envoy for climate, as he always is.
You know, that's his official title in the Biden administration.
But he'll be leading the delegation because the climate, MacGuffin, is the way that they are going to push to save the earth and everything.
That's what we're going to be talking about with the natural asset companies.
that's their push right now to enslave us to make sure that we own nothing. You'll also have Penny Pritzker there of the Pritzker crime family, you know, the people who own the Hyatts and, you know, pushed the LGBT insanity and funded that kind of stuff and the governor of Illinois, very extensively connected.
Samantha Power will be there as part of the CIA's USAID.
Well, that's a CIA front organization. That's what Obama's mother worked for.
Senator Chris Coons will be there.
Senator Mike Rounds, a Republican from South Dakota.
Governor Brian Kemp, Republican of Georgia.
He'll be going back again.
A real Davos regular.
Eric Johnson, the Democrat who just turned Republican.
He's mayor of Dallas.
I remember a few years ago they had the mayor of Atlanta.
It's like, who's this guy? At Bilderberg, I think it was.
It might have been Davos, but I think it was Bilderberg.
So, you know, they've got the guys that they're grooming for this stuff.
I guess there's no word whether or not Kevin Spacey would be there.
He was always referred to as the King of Davos.
A regular raconteur.
And he was a regular at Davos.
Even with the Christmas special that Tucker did to bring him back and normalize Kevin Spacey.
Maybe that didn't get him an invitation to Davos this year.
Kerry is the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, has refused to disclose the name of his staff members, says Schlechtel, leading to concerns of possible collusion between his office and radical environmentalist groups.
Jordan Schlechtel said Kerry is a depopulation activist who seeks to surrender America's sovereignty to the ESG mafia.
Well, that's exactly right.
And then, of course, we have the U.S. Department of Energy, as Gard pointed out when he's hosting the show.
So they got really busy. They dropped a bunch of rules over the Christmas holidays.
They have finalized these rules, you know, put things out.
They've got a comment period or whatever.
They finalized these rules from the Department of Energy for refrigerators, for freezers, for fans.
You know, they sold the government takeover of healthcare.
They called Obamacare. We called it Obamacare.
They called it affordable healthcare.
Why don't we have some Republicans who pick up the moniker and call this, you know, push back against this and say, we need to have affordable energy.
So shut down the Department of Energy that is doing everything to make all this stuff expensive, these appliances expensive.
Shut down the Department of Energy that is shutting down our so-called fossil fuels.
I call them functional fuels.
And going with these very expensive, very unreliable renewable energy sources.
We need to have affordable energy.
As a matter of fact, we need to have affordable appliances.
We need to have an affordable life.
It's a wonderful life.
It's an affordable life.
I'm going to bring some AI clips of Jimmy Stewart out to explain how this is great.
We've got appliances here.
Look at this. Great. Don't you want to keep these things here?
Vote for me. Maybe what we ought to do is get some people to really know what they're talking about to run for office.
So, the news comes weeks after the COP28 climate summit, where over several scores of nations signed a pact to curb emissions from a number of appliances.
Isn't it interesting? It's almost like there's some kind of a global conspiracy.
They're all doing the same thing at the same time, just like they did during Trump's lockdown.
Isn't that interesting? Of course, you know, Trump is not a part of that crowd.
We all know that, right? Because we have his sycophant media telling us that.
Two energy efficiency actions that will save American households and businesses $5 billion per year on their utility bills, says the Department of Energy.
So, if you buy these really expensive appliances, some of which, you know, ceiling fans don't even exist, except in the imagination of the Department of Energy bureaucrats.
If you buy that stuff, Well, it could theoretically save you money on energy, but how much is it going to cost you to buy the new stuff?
And the reality is that they're making both the appliances and the energy more expensive and doing it all the time.
Coming out of the Department of Energy, so the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, however, when it comes to some other things like dishwashers, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals says energy is Well, you're saying that people got to completely redesign dishwashers because of the amount of water.
How is that your jurisdiction, Department of Energy?
Well, I got a question for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Where in the Constitution do you find the authority for the Department of Energy in the first place, let alone the water part of it?
And so they tossed out the rule about dishwashers.
They call the rule arbitrary and capricious.
Well, that pretty much describes everything that the federal government does.
It's all arbitrary and capricious and also unconstitutional.
They sent it back to the Energy Department to address these issues.
However, they did not appear to eliminate the existing rule in the meantime.
And, of course, it's Jennifer Granholm who is pushing all of this stuff.
It also implies, said the court, That the Department of Energy may be far more limited in the regulation of water use for dishwashers and other appliances outside of shower heads, faucets, water closets, urinals, and so forth.
But again, they're limited by the Constitution to not even exist.
We're in the Constitution. Does it give them authority to regulate our water use or energy use or anything else like that?
And it's kind of interesting, isn't it?
You go back and we look at it.
I mistakenly said in the past that it was created by Reagan.
No, it was created by Carter just before Reagan became president.
Kind of interesting that Carter created two DOEs.
He created the Department of Energy and the Department of Education.
He created the Department of Energy in 1970.
He created the Department of Education in 1980.
And they've been very destructive.
There's no authority for them.
And, you know, he created the Department of Education in 1980, an election year.
You know, Reagan got elected in 1980, but didn't take office until 1981.
People get confused about that a lot of times.
I remember when the dot-com crash happened, and we were having some work done at our house of the...
We had a problem with our well pump.
We had the guy come out and I was out there talking to him.
And he starts griping about Bush.
And it's like, yeah, I understand. But his gripe with Bush was not 9-11 or the war on terror or Homeland Security.
His gripe with him was that he caused...
The dot-com crash.
I was like, no, that actually happened while he was campaigning for president.
People, it's, look at this stuff.
And when they say the court has called into question legality of repealing the Trump-era loophole.
Loophole. No, there's not a loophole about this.
There's no authority in the first place for this agency to even exist, let alone these rules.
So it's not a loophole that Trump put in if they pull this stuff back.
But again, this is the way the two parties operate.
When Biden comes in and says, the IRS has got a $13 billion budget, and I'm going to give them an additional $80 billion.
And Republicans say, you can't do that.
That's too much. We're only going to give them $60 billion.
We're going to cut $20 billion from that.
I say, look at that. Aren't we good guys?
We cut the $80 billion down to $60 billion.
And then you have the new speaker come in and say, well, I've cut down Kevin McCarthy's $60 billion down to $46 billion.
But you're still giving $46 billion additional to an agency whose total budget was only $13 billion.
That's not a cut. And so when you leave these things in place and when you allow them to make these rules and you get rid of a couple of things around the edge of the rule, That's not a loophole that you've created.
But that's the way that it is portrayed by, of course, the Hill.
So we're going to take a quick break and we're going to be joined.
I got the order of the guests mixed up.
We're going to talk about natural asset companies in the third hour.
Dr. Shiva is going to be joining us and we're going to talk about ballot access the real issue about ballot access that nobody is talking about and he sees it as A candidate it truly is amazing. What is happening? We'll be right back
Music playing
the
making sense Common again. You're listening to The David Knight Show.
All right, joining us now is Dr.
Shiva Ayyadurai. He is running for president, and I tell you, it really is an eye-opener when you get involved in the political system like this.
His website is shivah4president.com.
Shiva4president. And, you know, as we're talking about, we want to talk about ballot access specifically, but there's broader issues that are involved here as well.
And you look at the headlines, and the Republicans are going to go on offense to yank Biden from the ballot in various states.
And they're cheering that in the MAGA press.
And then you even got DeSantis saying, well, if they kick Trump off the ballot, we're going to kick off Biden off the ballot in Florida.
They're angry about this because these two parties have been colluding for the longest time to control ballot access.
And that's what Dr.
Shiva is running up against.
So thank you for joining us, sir.
Great to be here, David. Thanks for that background.
You can tell people what's going on right now with this, immediately with the ballot access.
But I know there's other issues there, but what is happening with ballots?
In the United States, if you're running for some office, let's say in your local state or city or county, etc., and it varies from state to state, county to county, the election people run the election, typically who's known as the Secretary of State, they set up different requirements for you to get on the ballot.
I'm making an example.
If you want to run for dog catcher, there's four people.
And let's say it's a voted election seat.
Before you can even run as a dog catcher, you have to get a certain number of signatures to be on the ballot.
If you're running for the United States Senate in Massachusetts, the number was you need to get 10,000 signatures that are bona fide signatures that they validate, right?
Right. And you have to pay them to validate these signatures as well, right?
Yeah, in some places you do.
You have to pay a fee, etc.
And typically, if you need to get 10,000 bona fide signatures, you actually better collect 20,000.
That's right. Because if you're an outside candidate, they're going to start throwing away his signatures.
Oh, the slant is wrong.
Oh, we can't read it.
So they have all these methods.
But what I want to let everyone understand is to get your name on the ballot, they have a hurdle, one of the hurdles, and I want to talk broadly about this hurdle, but then more broadly about all the hurdles they set up so working people, everyday people can never get someone like me, one of their own, even winning an office seat. I want to talk about that, but ballot access is one, who gets visibility is another piece. And even if you make it over there to those things,
they have all these mechanisms on election day to flip votes and we'll get to that.
But ballot access is the central aspect of democracy here, which is you have to get, you know, fulfill the requirements of the state to get X number of signatures and they're called ballot nomination petition signatures to get on the ballot.
So... So I have experienced this level of what I call election fraud, the larger framework, at every level over the last five years.
So let me begin with the ballot access process, right?
So when I ran for office, David, in 2018 against Elizabeth Warren, we needed to get 10,000 signatures to get on the ballot.
Guess what? We did it. How did we do it?
We actually had amazing volunteers who stood out in the cold and rain in front of the shopping centers and collected.
How did they get on the ballot?
Well, they actually collect money and they pay consultants The interesting thing, David, is I never saw Elizabeth Warren, I never saw any of the other candidates ever collecting signatures.
So part of me is convinced that they have another method where they probably have a boiler room where they have people writing signatures.
I can't prove that yet, but I can tell you, over the last four years, I never saw them collecting signatures.
I don't know how it works in Massachusetts, but I know that in North Carolina, where we worked, the Democrats and Republicans had to do nothing.
They didn't have to collect anything. They grandfathered them in, and they said, they had a thing set up so they kicked all the independent and third parties off each election cycle.
They said, you've got to get a number of votes that's equivalent to 10% of the votes cast for president, or you're not going to stay on the ballot.
And we said, that's crazy.
And so every time you'd have to go back, and they eventually had a lawsuit and got that lowered.
But they still have to go out and collect the signatures.
The Republicans and Democrats do not have to collect the signatures.
They just float through.
And so it is something that is an extra burden.
It wastes your time. It wastes your money to do that because we had to pay for the signature validation as well.
So it really, when they had it in the lawsuit, the argument was, this is like the Greek Sisyphus legend, right?
Where the guy pushes the boulder up the hill and then it rolls back down.
He's going to do that for eternity.
That's what it's like in most of these states.
Yeah, so in 2018, we had amazing volunteers.
We got on the ballot, and that blew them away, right?
In 2020, we got on the ballot.
Again, hard work.
We had working people.
Every one of our volunteers, none of them was paid, David.
They had full-time jobs, mothers, retired people, working-class people, and then they would go after work and stand for two hours and very diligently collect signatures.
So we played by the rules.
Now, When you run for president, as I'm doing right now, as David mentioned, ShivaForPresident.com, people can go look at what we're all about, but every state has different requirements to get on the ballot.
There's no uniform set of requirements.
In Utah, for example, we have to get 1,000 signatures to get on the ballot.
In Massachusetts, we need 10,000.
In Florida, we need 130,000.
They make it a percentage of the last governor's race, right?
So if you add up all the things, it comes close to 1.5 million signatures you need.
Yeah. All right. So, again, as you mentioned, David, the Democrats and Republicans, the two multi-billion dollar, trillion dollar parties, whatever you want to call them, with all the backing, they don't have to collect any signatures.
They're de facto ruled in, and this is anti-democratic if they're going to all follow the rules.
If you are an outsider, independent candidate, or anyone else, you have to collect those 1.5 million signatures.
Now, how do you do it?
Well, if it's legitimate, you have volunteers who love you, who are willing to be dedicated, they go out and collect.
Now, I call him boobie effing Kennedy.
You know, he's acting like he's an independent, but he totally supports Zionism.
He's, you know, he is for full vaccination of all Americans.
He's a complete duplicitous individual.
So he has positioned himself as a fake anti-establishment candidate.
So in Utah, David, you needed just a thousand signatures.
And so what he did was he went and did backroom deals.
Oh, I don't have, I can't collect these signatures.
And then goes online and begs for people to give him money.
And some big pack gave him $15 million.
To collect 1,000 signatures.
Right. Right.
Fifteen million. I mean, that means he has no support.
You see, these people don't have real working people support.
They're from the swarm from above.
And so for him, he's got a war chest and he'll go pay consultants who are his friends.
Ten bucks a signature.
That's how he calculated it.
Ten dollars times one point five million in our case.
So in Utah, I actually went out there.
We, in a few days, we collected, we trained our volunteers, 500, 600 signatures.
Boom, done. In a couple of days.
All right? So how do you collect signatures?
Well, this is where it gets even more interesting.
So for ordinary people like us to collect signatures, we have to go out into the world, into the public.
Well, the typical place that people have found consistently the best place to collect signatures, if you have a retailer like a grocery store like a Harman's in Utah or a Whole Foods or a Star Market, you know, you typically go stand outside and You have your, you know, your pad, and you say, hi, you know, would you like to put a candidate on the ballot?
Most people who sign say, well, yeah, I want to, even though they may be Republican or Democrat, the egalitarian nature of people, yeah, I want to see more people, and they sign.
They do. Now. They do, and that's the thing that's interesting is, and we saw that when we would do signatures, they'd say, well, I don't necessarily support them, but I think we ought to have the choices that we need to open up the ballot.
Yeah. Exactly.
And it wasn't about, so, now, What happens for a young volunteer who's enthusiastic, they come to your campaign, when they typically go out in front of, let's say, a Whole Foods or a store, the store manager will come out.
Hey, you can't be here collecting signatures.
This is where the intimidation begins.
The store manager doesn't know the rules, and then the typical volunteer will say, oh, really?
And they'll leave because they're afraid.
Yeah. But the educated volunteer will say, no, I have the right to be here because there have been Supreme Court rulings, state Supreme Court rulings.
And so where it gets very interesting, since going back to 1939, 1980, 2014, many rulings where the courts did the right thing here, David.
They said, okay, in fairness for everyday working people to get on the ballot, they have to go to these areas where there's lots of people.
And what the courts did, and they did the right thing, they said during an election cycle, so that's the first predicate, and second predicate, you're collecting nomination signatures put on the ballot, and the person collecting is not harassing people or obstructing the way, guess what? That private property The private property rights get superseded by the individual's constitutional rights.
Quite amazing. So the issue is the court said, okay, yeah, that person owns that parking lot.
Yes, it's private property, but you know, a lot of people going through there, it's a town square, and so the court said during an election cycle, and when they're collecting nomination signatures, and they cannot be obstructing, harassing people, they have the right to collect nomination signatures.
One of them was a pruneyard ruling that went up to the Supreme Court.
Let me ask you, what was the date on that?
1980. 1980.
That's good because, you know, I talk many times when I talk about censorship and the digital public square, as Jack Dorsey said eight or nine times under oath when he's being asked about it.
You go back to 1946 and there's a case called Marsh v.
Alabama. It was a company-owned town and somebody was handing out religious tracts.
And they, you know, banned them from doing it, and they fought it to the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court said, even if the public square is privately owned, you can't stop free speech in the public square.
And so it's very similar to that, and I wish we could broaden that out.
It's good that they did that right decision.
I think the 1946 thing was perfect.
I think this ruling you're talking about, allowing people to collect signatures in a public place, that's also appropriate.
We need to extend this out to the social media and other things, yes.
Yeah, but the thing is, these have been ruled.
They've been Supreme Court rulings.
The one before, after Pruneyard, which was 1980, was Batchelder versus Allied Stores to collect signatures.
So anyway, now what's happened is, David, think about this.
You would think every law enforcement officer, before they get their badge and they get their guns, would be trained on this basic fundamental ruling because it's so connected to democracy, elections, and constitutional rights.
So this is how the elites work.
They make sure they don't train the cops.
They make the cops us versus them, right?
That's right. Or the fake us versus them.
They make them our enemy. So I've had many instances, because I'm articulate and I know the law, I always win these arguments.
So I'll give you an example. We were at Whole Foods.
Once, you know, the store manager says, you have to leave.
We say, no, we have the right to be here.
Would you like to sign my papers?
Okay? And then they say, oh, you're trespassing.
We said, well, please call your supervisor or please have the police come.
We'll explain it to them.
Cruisers will show up.
Guys with, you know, puffed up.
Hey, you can't be here. You have to leave.
Typically, the lower officers, we said, no.
I want to let you know that we have a right to be here.
There's been the Pruneyard rulings, the Glowski rulings.
During an election cycle, you know, when we're collecting signatures, we're not harassing anyone.
This area becomes a public square.
And then you go, whoa, no, you have to leave.
I said, please call your supervisor.
So it just keeps escalating.
The supervisor shows up.
And then typically those guys will say, hold on, they call the attorney, and most of the time if you stand firm and you're able to articulate, they say, okay, you have the right to be here, but you can't harass people, and they'll go tell the store manager.
That happened to us when we were collecting signatures just eight weeks ago in Utah.
Okay? Our volunteers are collecting signatures.
The store manager says you can't collect.
I said we have the right to collect.
Three police officers show up, start wanting everyone's IDs.
And then I said, please bring your supervisor.
The supervisor is quite nice.
He said, oh, I'm really interested in case law.
We said this is a reality.
He called up the state attorney.
He said, you have the right to be here.
He reprimanded actually the store manager.
That is a reasonable way.
But think about what we have to do, David.
We have to do this education.
Yes.
Right?
We have to do all this work.
Democrats, Republicans, and others don't.
Boobie Kennedy doesn't have to do that.
He just pays people to collect signatures.
But if you're an ordinary working class person like me, and if you have working class supporters, think about the barrier to entry.
First of all, getting volunteers to go collect signatures on a cold day is difficult.
Then they have to face the police.
They have to face all this intimidation.
And this is where the election fraud really begins.
Now, it got quite egregious.
And the reason I called you, David, and I'm very kind that you wanted to discuss this, is because January 7th, which was this Sunday...
Which is really the 12th anniversary of my mom's passing.
I was doing a memorial service at the house.
And I get an urgent call from our state leader in Kentucky.
Okay? Amazing.
One of the most well-mannered young gentlemen I've ever met.
He works as a full-time electrician.
Right? Gets up at 7 in the morning.
Works until 4. Working class guy.
He's seen all my videos.
Loves our campaign. You know, went through all of our training and became the state leader in Kentucky.
We have a couple hundred volunteers here.
Well, he goes out to a Walmart by himself on a Sunday because, you know, we need 5,000 signatures.
So he's standing out in front of the Walmart, not inside, outside, very respectful, waving to people, collecting signatures.
He had collected around seven signatures.
What ends up happening is a Walmart store employee comes out, again, a multi-billion dollar company who sells all sorts of Chinese crap, okay?
Excuse my language. Comes out and says, you can't be here.
And he says, no, I have the right to be here.
Here's a prune yard ruling, etc.
Then the supervisor comes out, you know, harassing him.
And he goes, no, I have the right to be here.
Again, this is a working-class American citizen who has been trained in the First Amendment, stating, I have a right to be here.
Yeah. All right? Then police show up, and the officer says, you're trespassing, you have to leave.
He goes, no, officer, I have a right to be here.
Guess what they do, David?
They handcuff him put him in the back of a cruiser. I Was on the phone with the police officer Nick, you know He called me right and I said officers, please let him go right. He has a right to be here and They take him to the police station Take off all his clothes strip search him Wow cavity search him Wow This is in the United States.
Put jail clothes on him.
And then I did a live and I said, hey, people called the Kentucky police and I think they got a little bit concerned.
Hundreds of calls came in.
So they released him that evening.
He leaves a police station.
He opens up his wallet.
His money is missing.
Wow. They don't give him money, they stole his money and then he had to walk back to his car at Walmart.
And this is an American citizen, a working class person who supports someone like me.
So the issue is, it's obvious the swarm, the elites, do not want us, David, having one of our own in any level representing us.
And think about the scene here.
Walmart, multi-billion dollar company who made billions, hundreds of millions during the pandemic, while small stores were getting shut down.
Here's a police officer who's supposed to defend the Constitution and the rights of the Constitution.
What does he do?
He serves a multi-billion dollar company's rights.
Doesn't purposely was never trained or didn't choose not to train, takes advantage of a young 28 year old working class US citizen electrician who on a Sunday has not done any crime, handcuffed, put in the back of a cruiser, strip searched, cavity searched, and his money stolen.
Wow.
And this is the level of how the elites do not want any one of us, David.
I mean, I think I deserve to have a shot at being president.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
You have to get on.
So they have the ballot access.
It's like a king has various ways the peasants can't get in.
He's got the big walls and he's got the moat and then he's got other whatever alligators.
Right.
So the first, so when you step back at this and I've experienced all four of these things, number one, they deny visibility to outsiders.
Meaning you don't get on mainstream media.
You don't get to be on the debate stage.
I experienced that in 2018.
We collected 20,000 signatures.
We got ballot access.
I was the independent candidate.
I was supposed to be on the stage.
I hit all the poll numbers.
Elizabeth Warren, the Republicans, and the Democrats colluded to keep me off the debate stage.
I had to take $20,000 out of our bank account and hire a lawyer.
That lawyer... We're good to go.
Who looks like me, who speaks anti-establishment, but is the most pro-Zionist establishment guy you can imagine.
Vivek the snake, I call him.
Comes out of nowhere. You see, overnight they give visibility to people.
He's a Martin Scarelli big pharma bro as well.
Yeah, not only that.
He's a liar. He's a cheater.
He said he was against affirmative action, took affirmative action scholarships.
He made up a bogus drug with his mother, took it public, tanked the drug.
This guy's a complete scumbag.
But they knew, hey, there's that guy, Dr.
Shiva. He's truly anti-establishment.
So they have literally watched what we do.
He's the chat GPT, okay, version.
So the first step of election fraud system is who gets visibility?
Second step is who gets ballot access.
Now, what occurred to us in 2020 was we got ballot access, and we had massive visibility, David.
We raised $2 million in a federal election for U.S. Senate, and we challenged the GOP establishment.
We had bumper stickers.
We had huge billboards.
We put about a million bucks in the billboard signs.
Our opposition GOP establishment candidate couldn't even raise $200 grand.
The GOP had to give it to him.
So think about that. We overcame...
Mm-hmm. The visibility, we overcame the ballot access.
And then what do they do to us in 2020?
They flipped the machines.
They stole our election.
In the nine counties in Massachusetts, we won overtly in the hand-counted paper ballot county.
Everywhere else, 60-40, 60-40.
That resulted in my famous lawsuit where we exposed how the government colludes with social media.
I'm not going to go there, but I have experienced...
As a hard-working American, all levels of these four levels of election fraud.
They have the election fraud on election day, which I've talked about and written about and done major papers about, right?
Which is a signature verification of the chain of custody.
But the real election fraud begins with who gets visibility and who gets ballot access.
So in the United States right now, we have to get on the ballot in every state.
The unfortunate thing for them, David, we have about 100,000 volunteers, working people, and this is what scares them so much, is that we will actually do it legitimately.
We don't, we don't, notice I've not asked for money one time during this conversation.
People want to volunteer, great. Our movement for truth, freedom, and health as a part of our campaign wants to mobilize Americans to wake up and realize that these hard-fought rights no other country has.
And so what they do is they make the law enforcement officers ignorant.
They make people ignorant to assert their rights.
When you assert your rights, they do cavity searches.
That's just amazing. It's crazy.
So anyone listening, you can tweet all day, you can talk about how bad the world is, but we are actually on the ground, actually where the rubber meets the road, fighting one of the most important fights, which is ballot access.
That's right. And doing it the legitimate way, not begging for money like Booby Kennedy or the Democrats or Republicans.
We're actually mobilizing people who go out in the midst of their busy schedules, stand out in the cold, 100 people pass by, 5 people will sign.
That's a lot of effort, David.
But that's the kind of people that have come to our campaign.
I agree, yeah. And, you know, when you look at this, it has always made me so angry.
It's one of the reasons why I don't like Democrats or Republicans, especially the institutions that are there, because you go back and you look at the ballot access and then being able to get into the debates.
Even if you jump through all these extra hoops that they set up for everybody else, then they still won't let you in the debates.
And the debates used to be run by the League of Women Voters, and then they would apply a different set of rules, and you would get a few independent and third-party candidates in the debates.
And so then the Republicans and Democrats looked at this and said, oh, we can't have that.
So they created a presidential debate commission and other state commissions.
What they did in North Carolina was they created their debate commission was run by the media, by the press.
And the press colluded with them to keep anybody except for Republicans and Democrats out of the debates because they're looking at the people who are going to give them money and who always give them money.
And so they would set up these different constructs.
They would change who was there. And they say, well, you know, we've created this presidential debate commission, and it's a private entity funded by the Democrats and Republicans.
So they can make any rules that they want.
They can exclude anybody that they want.
And they did the same thing with the press.
And we saw the same game being run when they were censoring people on social media.
They said, well, these are private companies.
They can do whatever they want.
And we knew that the censorship was coming from the federal government.
We knew that the exclusion was coming from the Democrat and Republican Party's When it came to the debates and when it came to the ballots, it's so transparent, but they always use these fake constructs to bamboozle people.
It truly is annoying.
Yeah, and David, they know now people are waking up to this, and so what they're doing is they create the fake constructs Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Or Trump, or all of these people, or Alex Jones, or Joe Rogan.
They have the media that, you know...
And the media is a part of that.
They have the mainstream alternative media, if you will.
I call them the Maga Bird Press.
You know, Operation Maga Bird instead of Mockingbird.
Yeah. Right.
So now they have the old media and now they have the neo-establishment media of the Grifter Media Network, right?
And so we're in a very important time, but our campaign, David, is giving people this unique opportunity to understand this dynamic, to become truly enlightened citizens.
And then we say, hey, look, get on the ground.
Get on the ground. Hand out a flyer.
You know, people can go to sheepforpresent.com.
Let people understand that what's been going on in this country for the last 60 years, the lifespan of your child now is less than you.
If you have a child right now, it's going to be short.
We want people to exercise these rights.
Yes, it's hard to go collect signatures, but do it because you will have this incredible experience because you have to realize, wow, I have to collect signatures.
I got to collect 150,000 signatures in Florida.
How do I do that?
Well, that means you got to have, you know, 100 volunteers who each collect 1,500 signatures.
Well, how do I do that? That means you got to make sure you got to mobilize people.
Then you got to motivate people to go out.
That's a lot of work.
They don't have to do anything.
These people are all cheers.
They never work. They never work.
They never work. They talk about working.
You know, we're patriots.
We want to work, right? And by the way, It's like that God-created-Trump thing, you know, talking about how he works all day, and then he delivers his grandchild, and then he has to, you know, make lunch for himself and everybody else.
I mean, it's like, what in the world is totally made up, you know?
Anyway, I'm sorry, yeah.
Well, David, I think this is a key.
What they're doing is, I was on a video interview with a young gentleman, you know, he's in his 20s, and he was like, yeah, Vivek the Snake says a lot of good things.
I said... Listen, your generation better realize you start, you have to look at not what people say, but what they do.
That's right. Because they're watching chat to GPT, they have predictive analytics, they will just say anything now.
That's right. Oh, yeah, January 6th was, you know, was a conspiracy against us.
Okay, they'll just say that. They don't know what they're saying.
They'll say anything they need to say.
To win people back to the establishment.
That's right. And that's what this is about. As people break, they want to bring people back in.
Yep. And they do not want people in closing. What I want to share, David, what we're doing is we're telling people we got to build this bottoms up movement. We have to go do the work. And what you realize is that the establishment does not, it's really class war in some ways. They do not want, they have started the class war. The elites, in this case, protected Walmart, a multi-billion dollar company, quote unquote, property rights, versus the
individual's constitutional right to rightfully collect signatures during an election cycle and validate them.
That's what the cops are trained to do, or not trained to assert the constitutional rights, and this is deliberate.
Let me jump in there and say that, you know, when you look at this situation you talked about in Kentucky, where they violate even the federal law, they don't care about that.
Just like they often violate the Constitution, don't care about that.
And when you experience that, and when people see that happening, even if you're not the one who's arrested and strip searched and cavity searched, you see that happening to somebody else.
And I think that another thing that's very important about this, I've said it has to be from the bottom up, from the grassroots up, like you're talking about, And it drives home the point to them that I've said all along.
I said, it's very, very important who is at the local level because they can make things better or they can make them much worse.
In this particular case, you've got a federal law that was making things better.
And then you've got the local officials there, the police and whoever is over those local officials.
They need to be held accountable in this next election.
And I hope that is something that people who are watching this and your signature effort, I hope they pay attention to those local elections.
Whether it's somebody who's a sheriff or whether it's a town council that's going out and hiring these police, they need to be held accountable for that particular situation.
You need to find some people who are going to support individual liberty or at least promise that they're going to do, and then you evaluate them by what they do the next election.
But that's the other part of it, is to see this tyranny that is happening and to understand that that's another thing that needs to be addressed from a grassroots up.
Yeah, what's interesting, David...
Kentucky is a home of Rand Paul, Thomas Massey, and I tweeted at both of them, okay?
Now, in my view, they say some good things, but in my view that, you know, just like you have certain tokens, you know, Massey's their token constitutionalist, okay?
And Rand Paul just sort of mimics certain things.
But this occurred in Kentucky, a red state, where people are supposedly patriots.
Think about what I'm saying. And they didn't reply when you tweeted at them?
They didn't have anything to say about that?
Nothing. And look, he went to MIT. I'm an MIT alumni with him, okay?
Mm-hmm. So this is a point here, because he's part of the Republican Party.
I'm not part of that club, right?
But you should defend the rights of Americans, whatever they are.
And what I predict is going to happen in 2024, the elites know that they have been conducting class war against working people in the United States.
And people are waking up to that.
So, in order to subsume that reality, they're going to have blacks versus whites fighting.
Red versus blue. And that's how you started this conversation, David.
Ooh, Trump versus Biden.
Trump is somehow the victim to Biden.
And Biden, you see? So, they're going to create the red versus blue, quote-unquote, you know, civil war.
And it's very vital to them, not just for their political control, but even for their economic control.
Jordan Schlachtel has an article saying, look at the Washington Post.
They're going bankrupt before Trump, and then they had a real boom during Trump, and now that he's gone and they've got a cadaver in the White House, the Washington Post is on the ropes again.
So it's to their advantage, just like it's to Biden's advantage and all the rest of them, to come after Trump to make him a victim, because it energizes their base, it energizes Trump's base.
They get everybody involved, and it's all over the personality.
It's not over anything that has to do with them at all.
It's not about any issues. It's about these two competing personalities.
It's wrestling. It's professional wrestling.
Exactly. And this is a very important point, David.
I think I've made for a long time when I figured this out when I was 17 that this is WWF. We used to be called WWE wrestling.
And the promoters of the fights are the ones who make money because they've got to hype it.
The promoters here are the media companies, right?
The Washington Post, New York Times.
Without this fake dialectic, they make nothing.
And what's even more interesting is when you actually peel away the layer and you find out that the person who owns WWE, the person who owns UFC, I'm talking about the actual person, the person who owns the biggest Hollywood agency which owns all the actors, and the person who owns many politicians is one guy, Ari Emanuel.
Ari Emanuel, Rahm Emanuel's brother, owns, formerly known as William Morris Agency, he all the A-list actors, Joe Rogan, all these people.
In fact, he was Trump's agent for his books.
Trump was going to bring him as his chief of staff.
But one gentleman, who's, by the way, pro-Zionist You know, very close connections with Mossad, etc.
One person in the United States, whose brother is Rahm Emanuel, and you can go study the history of this person, is a pro-ultra-Zionist who owns...
He owns UFC to again distract the people and he owns pretty much every A-list actor in Hollywood who zips up Yeah, and he's the agent. He was the agent of Obama He's the agent of Joe Rogan and the agent of Donald Trump.
You can look at this One individual so they are literally conducting political theater Hollywood theater worldwide wrestling theater And this is how they're keeping people entertained Yeah. While they want to suppress hardworking people like me, you, and others, David, who actually want to build these bottoms-up movements.
Or our volunteer who takes time off from his work, or on a Sunday goes collect signatures.
So this is anti-American working person.
Yes. That's what this is about.
They do not want us having our own leaders.
They want to control the top-down, so they have this media enterprise that gives who gets visibility, okay?
Speak anti-establishment rhetoric.
You know, Joe Rogan will talk about stuff five years later after it's, you know, or even...
Or Tucker, yeah.
It's like, you know, it's funny, I couldn't talk about Building 7 all this time, and it's like, you can't ask questions about that or they'll fire you.
And he's still not saying what he thinks happened with it.
Yeah, well, whatever. You're not a journalist because you should be putting your...
You're making $20 million.
If you're a journalist, oh, do you need that much money?
Why don't you move out of your house and be a real journalist?
Sacrifice something. Oh, I couldn't do that.
Well, why couldn't you do that?
because you needed to have close relationships with Hunter Biden, live in the same area so Hunter Biden could write recommendation letters for your son. You're a sellout. You were always a sellout.
Don't talk about now you're a martyr. You never put your ass on the line. And that's what these people are. They make themselves into be fake martyrs. It's all theater. But what happened in Franklin, Kentucky was not theater. What occurs to our volunteers every day when they go out, and any independent candidate who really is bottoms up, the intimidation they have to face, the education we have to do on the basic laws that should be unnecessary in the United States.
That's right. But that's what we've become, David.
And this is where the real election fraud begins, with ballot access, with who gets visibility.
And then they have the other election fraud on election night, and I've experienced all four versions of election fraud as a federal candidate.
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. And then, of course, it got a lot worse with all the lockdowns, and you can't vote in person, and we're going to mail out ballots to you.
That was a whole new level of fraud.
That's right. And I said to people in 2020, I said, I'm not voting for Trump.
Oh, you're going to support Biden?
He's like, no, I don't support Biden either with this stuff.
But I said, look at why are we even having an election if he turned over the government to a bunch of unelected bureaucrats?
And then he adds this layer of corruption, and everybody was talking about what was going to happen months before.
It was going to be total chaos, total fraud, and it was.
And then they mobilized everybody into a fundraising aspect that culminated from the Save America to the Stop the Steal on January 6th.
It's such an amazing fraud all the way through this.
Talk a little bit, though, about what you tell people.
In terms of, you mentioned the life issues and things like that, you've got a much broader message than just politics.
Yeah, you're talking about health and truth and freedom, those things, right, David?
Yeah. Yeah, look, so, David, I have been a student of understanding systems, all systems, systems of power, engineering systems, health systems, systems.
And what I... You know, having grown up, you know, in a caste system, right?
Having seen this, having grown up as a working class kid in New Jersey, I realized there are these hardworking people who keep getting mistreated.
So I was really interested in understanding these systems of power.
And I realized that if you're ever going to build anything, like build a new world, change the world, you always need scientific principles.
And engineers know this.
If you're going to build an iPhone, you better understand some basic physics, right?
Right. If you're going to build anything.
And what I uncovered, David, was the foundations of all systems in the world.
All systems in the world, David, come down to engineering principles, which were discovered in the 1920s.
They actually date back thousands of years.
And what I used to teach at MIT, we started educating people on understanding systems principles.
It should be taught at kindergarten.
And what those systems principles reveal, David, without getting into the physics of it, but simply put, there's a deep connection between freedom, truth, and health.
Freedom, and when you study the systems principles, it's the aspect of motion, movement of things.
In engineering, we call it the word transport, movement of information, matter, and energy.
Freedom is an important principle for any society.
Me being able to talk, move freely, physically move, right?
Information, matter, and energy.
You know, communicate through media.
Now, with freedom, you can have, or transport as we say, you can have another process which is essential in nature called conversion.
Taking things from one form and converting them.
So in the area of truth, you and I can have all sorts of ideas why an apple falls to the earth, right?
Mm-hmm. But when you have freedom, scientific freedom, where you can have discourse, we have to put all of our ideas, you have to apply the scientific method, you have to do experiments, and then you have to validate it.
That's the conversion process, in this case, of taking ideas, In the open marketplace of ideas, you come to truth.
Truth is really a verb, right?
Because it's always being refined, right?
Because you may find today that the laws of motion relate to a certain body of laws, but when things move at the speed of light, you have to change them.
That was Einstein's, right?
It wasn't Newton was wrong, but you have to refine it.
So truth is a process that cannot exist without this process of free flow of information.
But when you have freedom and truth, now you can talk about your physical infrastructure, health, your physical health, right? The health of your economy, your country, but you need all three. Without health, you can't really fight for freedom or truth.
So you need all these three.
So our movement, our campaign, as we have in our bumper sticker, by the way, quick little pitch.
I want everyone to go get one of these because you can reach 100,000 people if you place this on the back of your car.
It's a way that you can have a lot of freedom.
But truth, freedom, and health basically says you can't just talk about the First Amendment and Second Amendment.
You have to physically take care of your health.
You have to learn how to take care of your economic health.
And you have to learn the process of science, how you achieve truth, right?
So that's why, David, I think you and I concur.
When you look at it from a truthful standpoint, Trump is not one of us.
He didn't fight for us.
Alex Jones, you and I have talked about this, is theatrics.
He knew Trump was bad, but he was making money selling his supplements to the MAGA grad, right?
That's not a truthful person.
So when you are willing to truly be a fighter for truth, freedom, health, You concur and you come to the conclusion that we need to build a bottoms-up movement.
So our campaign is number one based on health.
One of the areas is health care.
And by the way, every Thursday, David, we do orientations, open house.
Thursday at 11am or 8pm people can go to Shiva for president slash town hall and sign up or vashiva.com slash orientation.
We do these open houses and our open houses, David, rotate.
One open house is on health care.
And when we talk about healthcare, David, we don't say, after I get into office, we actually teach people what the immune system is, how they can take care of their immune system.
As a PhD in systems biology, it's my full-time job, you take care of your immune system, you take care of your entire body.
The immune system is deeply linked with aging systems.
So we're teaching people that, David.
We're teaching millions of people right now.
Becoming president, I'll use a bully pulpit of the White House to reach billions.
The next thing we talk about is environment.
What is our environment policy?
Support your local farmers.
Support local food.
You know, once you get into that, a different economy establishes.
We teach people how to do that at our open houses.
Next we talk about education, David.
Since 1970, after the Department of Education took over, people are not learning how to think.
They're being told what to think.
Yes. It's in homage to one of my mentors, Jay Forrester, who believed that at the young age we have to teach people how to think.
System thinking is the way.
So we teach people that. Innovation, David.
Innovation, you don't need to be in Silicon Valley.
You don't need to go to MIT. Here's my copyright for the invention of email.
I did this before I came to MIT, when I was a 14-year-old kid working in Newark.
So they're very smart people outside the bastions of major academia, and that's where most of the great innovations came from.
A 14-year-old boy actually created TV in Franklin, Idaho, right?
So it's important. So we teach people as an innovator, what are the seven key critical things to innovate, right? But we are doing these in these open houses, David. We're doing more than the National Science Foundation. And then we teach people governance. What are the attributes of a leader, right? Do you say the right thing at the right time?
Tucker Carlson is not any leader.
He delays truth.
Glenn Greenwald is not any leader.
He watches which way the wind blows.
These people are using...
When they expose truth, it's for entertainment value.
They never say the right thing.
And in fact, when they expose truth, they expose a little piece of it.
And then finally, David, we talk about the economy.
Last open house, we actually taught people what compound interest is.
Why you should take...
What is a diversified portfolio?
No other presidential candidates teaching people.
We are teaching the working people how to take care of their bodies, how to eat the proper foods, you know, how they educate their children from a system standpoint, and so on.
So our campaign is already delivering solutions.
And the entire, you know, our movement is delivering solutions to win truth, freedom, and health.
That's what we're about. And that's what I've been doing all my life, David.
These people create problems.
I create solutions, right?
They create problems.
We create solutions.
It's very simple. And if you can look at this graph, David, look at the problem they've created.
Since 1970s, 60s to today, if you have a child today, your child's lifespan is going to be shorter than yours.
They create problems.
That's right. They create problems in valid access.
Everywhere they go, they create problems.
And then, like you said, David, they create the dialectic.
Ooh, I'm going to solve the problem left and right and give me money, send emails, give me money.
So they create problems, they create the chaos, and they need that to run their business model.
Yeah. Oh, absolutely. Yeah, and it's by design.
I mean, they're not stupid.
They're not flunkies. They weren't deceived.
It's a very clever, calculated thing.
And so that's why it's important for you to counter this and to show people.
You know, I talk frequently about just the free speech aspect and propaganda and how this has grown from newspapers to radio to television.
And then when they go to social media, what does that bring to the table?
Now they've got a closed-loop feedback system.
They can precisely measure their propaganda, and they can fine-tune their narrative in real time, and they don't have to try to approximate it with polls or anything like that.
They've got it exactly.
And so that's what we're up against.
We're up against people who are very calculating, people who are very smart, designing.
They've got a long time frame that they're working on this stuff.
And so that's why it's very important what you're doing in terms of pointing this out to people, getting people, educating them to make their life better, And of course, a part of that, I think, is the politics.
We've got to stop these people from coming at us.
And it's important to fight that at every level, you know, from bottom up.
And I think that's exactly what you're doing.
I really do appreciate what you're doing, Dr.
Shiva. Thank you for coming on.
Thanks, David. And explaining that to us.
It's very important how this system is rigged from the get-go.
You know, they get little things and they blow them up and micro-focus on them.
And the micro-focus...
It's simply talking about how it affects Trump.
We don't even care about anything else.
That's what's truly amazing. Thank you for joining us.
Again, it is Shiva4President.com.
Thank you very much, Dr. Shiva. Thanks, David.

You're listening to The David Knight Show.
Well, we've got a few minutes before we're joined by our next guest.
And so, even though I've really beaten this topic over the last couple of days, the Epstein thing, there's different angles of it.
And as I said, when I Welcome to my show!
And he came up with a very interesting way to spin it.
We were all laughing about it yesterday, how he might come up with some kind of 9-D chess.
This is one of the ways he spun it.
He basically split his face there with Trump.
So it's Trump on one side and Alex on the other side.
And of course, they're both victims.
Victims of the system. He's in a court battle with a rape accuser.
And it is completely ridiculous, isn't it, for us to ever imagine that Trump could have any relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, that he could be some kind of a debauched playboy who brags about his sin and makes it part of his public persona, brags about his greed, brags about his adultery, brags about betrayal of his wives.
As I said for the longest time before any of this stuff happened, I said, you know, when we talk about these pride parades, I used to say before Trump, I said, you know, you don't have, isn't it interesting that they have these parades where they're proud of their sin?
So you don't typically see that.
You don't have an adulterer parade or something like that.
But actually, then I had to adjust that when Trump came along.
Because he does parade his sin.
He is proud of what he does.
And I have to just say, when you look at this...
And, you know, I said yesterday that Trump and Clinton were two sides of the same coin.
I said both of them closely connected to Jeffrey Epstein.
And so, you know, there's zero degrees of separation.
You know that old game, six degrees of separation between Kevin Spacey, not Kevin Spacey, Kevin Spacey.
Kevin Bacon. And people would say, well, you know, Kevin Bacon was in this movie.
And you take a look at all the actors that are there, and then you look at all the movies that they were in, and you pretty much could relate all the actors, most of the actors in Hollywood, six degrees of separation from Kevin Bacon is what somebody did.
Well, you know, the degrees of separation between Trump and between Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton are zero.
And so, if you want to make yourself part of Trump, guess what, Alex?
The degree of separation between you and Bill Clinton is one.
The degree of separation between you and Jeffrey Epstein is one.
That's how close you are.
And when you excuse what Trump did with the, what you called it, sugar water, the vaccine, well, the degree of separation between you and Fauci, It's one as well.
So you want to ally yourself with Fauci, with Bill Clinton, with Donald Trump?
Go ahead. Go ahead.
That's exactly what this stuff is about.
Now, Brian Shulhavi pointed out that what people are not looking at Well, before I get to that, I was also not surprised to see the people who, and the reason I talked about it again yesterday was because on Monday, when this stuff came out over the weekend, you had all these people saying, Trump has been exonerated.
I saw this on Breitbart.
I saw it on WorldNet, Daily, and all these different places.
Look, his name's not there.
And I said, well, of course, it doesn't have to be there.
They're not even saying that Clinton's name is on the roll of people going to the island.
He was on the Lolita Express quite a bit.
But I said, you know, they can engage in these types of activities at his mansion.
They can do it as Clinton did in the Oval Office.
But, you know, that's what these allegations that were doubled down on one of the victims had to say.
And yet, you have this kind of pushback, for example, from Breitbart.
And it is a total lie.
And Breitbart knows it.
This is the headline. Media outlets bury revelation that the Epstein accuser retracted the Trump allegations.
They know that's a lie.
and they don't say what she's saying now, and they don't show the letter that she wrote at the time to the New York Post reporter saying, I'm afraid for my life.
I'm afraid for my family.
You know, legitimately saying, yeah, I just lied to everybody.
That wasn't a legitimate retraction.
It was done under duress.
You can even pull back, you know, confessions made to the police that were made under duress like that.
But Ross Perot, they're playing the same game that the establishment played with Ross Perot with this victim.
And it disgusts me to see Breitbart and Alex and WND calling these women liars and bimbos just as Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton accused his accusers of being liars and bimbos.
That's what they are doing.
They know very well what she has been saying, but they say other things.
And then you've got a lot of people who are...
Coming after even Steve Doocy on Fox News.
Look at Steve Doocy.
Here's a headline. TDS, that means supposedly Trump derangement syndrome, but these are the people who are deranged.
These are the people who are absolutely lunatic about Trump.
TDS lunatic Steve Doocy starts a fake news rumor about Trump and Epstein.
I see this everywhere.
It's just about me.
They say this kind of stuff about me.
The hate for anybody who would suggest that Trump has engaged in the kind of behavior that he has openly engaged in and made a career out of.
And this is what Ducey said that got them so upset.
If I said what I know about both candidates running in 2016, meaning Hillary and Donald Trump, they'd have to cancel the election.
Epstein's brother said.
Now, you know, Tucker had Epstein's brother on, as I pointed out, and never asked him about that quote.
And he's not the only one who said that.
This woman that they're slandering as a bimbo said the same thing.
Sarah Ransom has doubled down.
She has not...
The allegations that she made before have not been disproven.
She said, I can personally confirm that I have with my own two eyes...
Seeing the evidence of these sexual acts which clearly identify Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, Richard Branson having sexual intercourse with my friend, I will be more than willing to swear under oath and testify in court over these sex tapes.
She also included Trump in that before.
She says, it will break your heart into a million tiny pieces when you watch this footage, and I know that what I watched yesterday will haunt me for the rest of my life.
She then claimed to have copies of the footage, but said she would not share them because of her friend's consent.
She said, I backed up the footage on several USB sticks, securely sent them to several locations in Europe.
She said, on one visit to the island, the sexual demands, the degradation, and the humiliation ensued me to try to escape by jumping off a cliff into shark-infested waters.
She said in one email, I want to walk away from this.
This is when she takes it back, and this is what the Trump defenders are saying.
Why did she want to walk away from this?
She said, I shouldn't have contacted you.
I'm sorry I wasted your time.
It's not worth coming forward.
I will never be heard anyway.
They'll not listen to me.
Because if you say anything negative about Bill Clinton, or if you say anything negative about Donald Trump, nobody's going to listen to you.
The Republicans will listen to you about Clinton, and the Democrats will listen to you about Trump, but nothing's going to happen to either one of them.
Bill Clinton hasn't even bothered to respond to any of this stuff.
She said, this will just create pain for my family.
Only bad things are going to happen as a consequence of me going public.
And I and they have already helped me pick up the pieces once before.
I can't ask them to do that again.
And so, it actually is far more information when you see the actual memo that came out in these documents.
She said to the New York Post, at the time, writer, Dear Maureen, I've spoken to my family at some length this morning, and I would like to retract everything I've said to you and walk away from this.
I shouldn't have contacted you.
I'm sorry I wasted your time.
This is the full letter. I just read you excerpts.
They're typically put out there by the media. It's not worth coming forward I'll never be heard anyway, and only bad things will happen as a consequence of me going public I know this to be true This is just great pain for my family and I and they've already helped me pick up the pieces once before I can't ask them To do that again. I'm disappointed This is the new part that you haven't heard.
I'm disappointed that you have made little contact or didn't do anything to help me this week, as it has been a little terrifying for Peter and myself, but I understand your stance and we managed to get through it.
Perhaps if I was in your position I would have done the same.
I guess one person can't make a difference.
I wish you the best of luck on catching Epstein and company.
Sarah Ransom So... Far from being an exoneration of Donald Trump, this shows us how corrupt the system is.
And yet, when you look at the sun showing that letter, and they follow up with this and they say, Ms.
Ransom's deposition misstatements demonstrate that she manifestly lacks any credibility.
For example, she says this, My emails have been hacked.
I have reached out to the Russians for help, and they're coming to my aid.
Thank goodness for anonymous.
I will make sure that they all get behind bars.
I have already said everything I need to, so the CIA hacking my emails were too late.
I also have numerous devices with systems that are unhackable, and I have film footage that I've distributed all over Europe that is itching to be released.
She said her friend was approached by men sent directly by Hillary Clinton in order to protect her presidential campaign.
See, they're playing the same game, again, that they played with Ross Perot.
When he said he was threatened, his family was threatened, they said, oh, he's just a paranoid lunatic, and that's exactly what they're saying about her.
Now, one final thing about this, and that is what Brian Shalhavi has to say, and he says, you know, We've seen a lot of this stuff before, and it's been there before.
We've had some names that have been revealed that we hadn't seen before, but that's not really the most important aspect of this.
He says, take a look at the banking system and look at these lawsuits that involved J.P. Morgan.
And he said, that is the real aspect, a banking system that is built on top of global child sex trafficking.
And so when we come back, we're going to talk about this corrupt banking system.
And we're going to talk about the next shoe to drop, where they are moving.
And I think it is a natural extension of ESG. You know, you look at ESG and it's like, so how do they really make money from this?
And you look at, well, they don't care.
They're playing a really long game.
Well, here's where they roll it in.
And here's where they cash in, and that's what we're going to be talking about when we come back with Courtney Turner and the Courtney Turner Show in just a moment.
Before we go, let me just say real quickly, I've got to say thank you to Greg Talent.
Thank you for the tip on Rockfin.
Thank you very much, Greg.
And Audi, Modern Retro Radio, as we were talking about the arrest and the arrest.
Strip searching and the cavity searching of a person who is simply collecting signatures within his legal rights.
Audi says, cops aren't trained to uphold the Constitution.
They're trained to skirt the Constitution.
They're incentivized to victimize.
Well, unfortunately, that is true in so many jurisdictions.
And that's one of the things that I think is important about what Shiva is doing.
It's waking people up to see that even if...
You have something that is right at the federal level, and they had Supreme Court decisions that upheld that right.
If you've got the wrong people at the local level, they can make everything worse.
And so you have to be involved, especially at the local level, because that's where the tyranny meets the road.
We're gonna take a quick break and we will be right back
Music playing...

Interested in a curated list of the finest classical music?
Joining us now is Courtney Turner, the Courtney Turner Show, and you can find her, she spells her last name C-O-U-R-T-E-N-E-Y. And thank you for joining us, Courtney.
we got something very, very important that escaped my view.
And it was brought to my attention by you and by Senator Frank Nicely, who was nice enough to forward this information.
He said, you need to cover this NAC stuff.
And I sent it back to you.
I said, so what is an NAC?
And then when I saw what this was, I started doing my own research.
And it is truly amazing.
People really need to understand what this is.
So thank you for coming on to explain what the natural asset companies are.
This, folks, is where they start to roll in their ESG and all the rest of the stuff to cash in big time and to take everything from us.
Thank you for joining us, Courtney.
Tell us a little bit about how you caught on to this.
And it seems like, as I look at it, this whole thing started, kicked off a couple of years ago with the New York Stock Exchange, which is a minority partner in this scheme.
And it is a scheme.
But now, in the fall, the SEC was talking about authorizing this.
Where are we now in this process?
Well, first, thank you so much for having me.
Yeah, this only was brought to my attention a couple of weeks ago, maybe two weeks ago, and then I scrambled to learn as much as possible.
So I'm very much still scrambling, trying to navigate all of this.
It does seem to have slid under the radar of most people, I think by design.
So, yeah, so we're trying to really figure this out and sound the alarm.
So I did a show on it about a week ago, knowing very, very little, but just knowing that this is absolutely horrifying.
And it really looks like, as you said, an extension of the ESG because there is so much ESG money, but it's not nearly as popular as I think they had hoped it would be.
And this is part of the big land grab.
There is something called the 30 by 30 agenda, which is where by 2030 they hope to seize all of the water, land, and natural resources for the purposes of what they call conservation.
So conservation means that it cannot be used.
And it sounds lovely.
We're conserving the land.
However, this means that there can be no productive use of the land.
So they want to do that by 2030.
And then this is just a stepping stone to get towards what they call the half-Earth agenda, which is where half of the Earth cannot be inhabited by humans.
Now, some of you may have seen this map that was going around circulating.
I certainly did in 2020.
And they were calling it like the FEMA map and...
Yeah, I've got the map right here, I think.
Okay, perfect. And because this has been going around since this was first done in 1992, and at that point in time, everybody was talking about the UN Agenda 21.
Sometime in the 21st century, this is really what we want to have.
We want to restrict everybody from these different areas.
No human use when you see this in the red.
The yellow is a buffer zone, and then those few places that are blue, that's normal use.
And it's so little.
It's almost non-existent.
It's not even half. Of course, these people are so greedy, they're not going to be happy with the 30% in 2030.
They're not going to be happy with the 50% of the Earth.
They want everything.
And you can hardly see any blue areas in this map because they want to take everything from us.
And so they talked about UN Agenda 21.
We've seen this map for quite a while, going back to 1992.
And then about 2014-15, they said, okay, 2030, that's when we want to do it.
And now we see how they're going to monetize this stuff, including the ESG stuff.
So I'll bring up one thing.
You mentioned 1992.
Pelosi actually started a bill in 1992.
This goes way back.
So this is like so many things that we see.
Unfortunately, it comes to our radar, you know, almost too late.
On this one, I don't think it is quite too late, but we are close.
We really do need to sound the alarm to everyone possible to do everything possible to stop it.
However, this has been the work for decades.
In 1992, Pelosi did a bill.
She proposed this bill at the Health Earth Summit that was part of this whole agenda.
And then back in, so when I was talking about the Half-Earth, there was a book by E.O. Wilson called Half-Earth, and I think that was back in 2016.
I may be confusing that with Dieter Helm, who, that one was definitely 2016, and that was called Valuation of Nature.
It's something like that, but that's essentially what this is.
And what it's based on is in 2012, the UN proposed a new form of accounting, and they call it S-E-E-A, Ecosystem Accounting.
So that stands for Systems Economic Accounting.
Environmental accounting, ecosystem accounting.
And it's essentially just like a made-up accounting system because it's totally nonsensical because the generally accepted accounting principles would not work for this because generally accepted accounting principles are based on productivity, right? You produce something that has value and then it can be sold.
And this is completely the antithesis of this.
This is valuing Mother Nature, right?
And so they proposed this, and there were, I think at the time, 90 countries that did sign on to NACs, or some people are calling it NAC, which stands for the Natural Asset Company.
And of course, many of the articles I pulled up said, but the United States has not yet signed up.
Well, don't you worry.
The Biden administration last year, in January of 23, they...
Created something called the National Strategy to Develop Statistics for Environmental Economic Decisions.
And they proposed an executive order.
This was in January of 23.
And it was based on this to put nature on the balance sheet.
So this is terrifying because it now means that we can use the land in America under these natural asset companies to offset debt.
This is how they close the loop on this stuff.
And as you pointed out, Nancy Pelosi releasing this stuff in 1992.
But of course, they've been planning it long before that.
But they've been gradually rolling this out, setting up bogus legal frameworks, creating what this is essentially.
It's like the derivative stuff.
And if people think that this sounds too fantastic, just think about what they did to us to create the mortgage crisis, right?
They created these securitized mortgages and created all this ambiguity about who actually has the title to it and hide this stuff and do it in a derivative way and look at the damage that they did.
This is what they're trying to do with these natural asset companies.
And there is, you know, it's the Rockefeller Foundation and two other groups that are involved in this.
But a minor party is the New York Stock Exchange.
And so they're all in this together in this casino.
They're all in this together. It truly is amazing.
It is amazing.
Not in the most positive of ways, but it is amazing.
So you're right. The New York Stock Exchange, you would think that's sort of a conflict of interest, but they are a partner in this.
They partnered with the IEG, which is the Intrinsic Exchange Group, and I encourage people to go and look up lots of videos from a Douglas Ecker, who is the CEO of the IEG. And here are the words from the horse's mouth.
And he talks about this partnership with the Rockefeller.
So, you're right. It's being funded.
The IEG is being funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, as well as the IBG Lab and IBG Bank.
They do a lot of work in South America.
And they're another funding entity.
It's called the Inter-American Development Bank Foundation.
And then Aberdeer Ventures.
Now, I don't know too much about Aberdeer Ventures, but it's very curious to me because they're involved in healthcare technology.
I looked them up, and they're a venture capital firm.
But primarily with healthcare technology.
Right, but it's the digital healthcare stuff.
So this really fits into the whole thing.
You know, I talk about MacGuffins.
You know, it doesn't really matter what the so-called crisis is.
That's just to motivate you.
You know, just like Hitchcock would say, it could be the Maltese Falcon.
It doesn't really matter, but you've got to get people motivated to chase this thing.
And so you've got to get people motivated about the healthcare MacGuffin, right, or the pandemic MacGuffin, or the climate MacGuffin.
And so these people, this Aberdeer Ventures, Mm-hmm.
Again, think about the mortgage derivatives and financial crisis that they created.
But then on the other side, look at the power of government to just come in and take land.
I said earlier in the show, Courtney, I was talking about how here where I live, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, I love to go there, but it bothers me when I drive in and I see what they did to steal the land of the people who lived in Cades Cove and other places like that.
They just took it. And so that's the power of government.
They've already done it.
You know, they did it 100 years ago.
They can do it again. And then what happens is you've got the UN coming in and declaring it a World Heritage Site and doing that with several hundred parks across the country.
So how easy would it be for them to come in as they're talking about with these NACs?
They said, well, you know, we will do this if it's public land.
This is how we'll run it.
If it's private land, this is how we'll do it.
They don't have to buy the property.
No, it's about management.
Yeah, if the government comes in and says, okay, you can own and manage the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
And what do they do? Well, they're going to collect carbon credits and things like that and keep people off of it.
And they will collect all that money, and then they'll kick 50% of it back, since it's public land, they'll kick 50% of it back to the public, and everybody will be just fine with that.
Look, this is great.
And it's this massive scheme.
The other thing I see in this...
By selling this on Wall Street, if we don't stop this quickly, anything that the SEC has done could be undone, but if they start selling this, you're going to have pension funds invested in it, you're going to have individual investors invested in it, and they're going to fight big time to make sure this doesn't get undone.
So that's why we've got such a short timeline on this, I think.
We do. Before I get to that, because that is so incredibly important, I do want to address the 2050 agenda.
So if you look up Agenda 2050, you mentioned Agenda 2130, there is a whole proposal for Agenda 2050.
It's a healthcare system using all this biometric data.
They do it under the name of helping the EMTs so that they can...
locate people, but it really is a grid. Yeah, I know, but it really is a grid. And if you're familiar with the UN's Centennial Plan, the UN 100, they're talking about the centennial of the UN, which would be in 2045, so 2050 is after that. And they are working in partnership with the Boston Global Forum to create what's called an AI World Society. And the book has already been written.
It's in conjunction with former Massachusetts governor, Michael Dukakis.
Yeah, I know.
He just celebrated his 98th birthday, but he's not slowing down.
So he's going strong.
Just like Henry Kissinger will keep going until he dies in the saddle.
There's always unusual suspects.
These same names keep coming back to haunt us, I suppose.
Over and over again.
But they're doing, it's called Remaking the World, the Age of Global Enlightenment.
So if that's not a nod to, you know, the whole New Age movement, if you know anything about Lucius Trust, which was formerly Lucifer Publication, it is the underbelly, it's a consultancy to the UN, so makes perfect sense there.
But they talk about this AI world society, which in my view looks kind of like a cyber Satan, if you will.
And they did a whole symposium on rebuilding Ukraine.
They talk about how Ukraine was decimated in the war.
We need to send more money and rebuild Ukraine so that Ukraine can be the hub for this AI world society, which will make a grid in conjunction with all these other smart cities around the world.
So I just bring that up because it's interesting that Abadir is one of these funders in this because it looks like, you know, of course, RegionSmart also just went through.
They passed a bill.
It was 2716, I believe, was the Senate bill that passed through to allow RegionSmart, which is owned by BlackRock.
And it's a tri-state quasi-government, essentially, but they're using smart sensors.
I know Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas have already created this consortium and there are several other states that are moving forward with this, so that's something else for people to look into. But to get back to this, so that's Avogero Ventures, and then there's Entertaining Ideas, and I've never heard of them. I could not find any information on them, but don't know anything about them, unfortunately. But they are, but then of course the Rockefeller Foundation, and then the Wildlife Foundation, which was the brainchild
of Julian Huxley of UNESCO, who is the one who coined the term transhumanism, and who is also a very openly known eugenicist.
You know, of course, they all subscribe to this Malthusian worldview, which is essentially what this You know, is all about.
And I think you had read an article yesterday that was about David Webb's book, and it looks very relevant to this.
This, to me, does look like how they're going to create another financial crisis, just like you mentioned with 2008.
It's very similar to the derivatives.
This is made-up valuation.
So they're trying to put a value on things like air.
the air we breathe, water, as you mentioned, the natural parks, the mining resources. But here's the difference. You talked about the carbon credit. So what they'll actually do is you can invest in a natural asset company, and that will provide an offshoot to your carbon expenditure.
So it becomes an offset.
It becomes an offset, and that's how they're going to monetize it, as an offset to carbon expenditure.
And it's interesting because you keep seeing this public-private partnership type of stuff.
That's what it is. The government gets a cut on it.
So, as they're saying, if it's private land, they can participate in this carbon tax stuff, and they put 5% of it, if it's private land, they put 5% of it in a public trust.
If it's public land that they turn over to them, like a national park or something, 50% will go to them.
But they're still going to make 50% or 95%, you know, as a profit on this stuff.
And they're going to be able to sell it out there as a carbon credit.
And the governments are going to require people to buy it.
What is interesting about this is it's this odd mixture of communism and capitalism that we've kind of seen.
Yeah, exactly. Kind of fascism, which is the mixture of government and corporations.
And we've seen this in China. And technocracy.
And we've seen this in China, but now they're going to put it on the stock market.
And that's the innovation.
Rather than it just being tightly held like the Chinese do it, they're going to try to broaden the support by putting it on the stock market.
That's the diabolically genius thing that they're going to do with this stuff.
It is. And so here's the other thing that makes this really, really terrifying.
Because as you said, they put it on the New York Stock Exchange, which now opens it to a global market.
This means that our foreign adversaries can now invest in domestic land.
And of course, you know, when I kept reading these articles saying, oh, the United States hasn't signed on yet, but you know, we're working on them.
I think it's because the United States is so rich in natural resources.
So they want to scoop this up so that they can put a hold on it.
The Essentially, you can't produce on this land, remember.
Now, here's the other thing that is incredibly diabolical, is that private land is encompassed in this, and primarily through conservation easements.
So, let's say you own a private piece of property, and then a lot of people, and there's this major push right now for conservation easements.
And I think it's, you know, really it was back in 1980 when the Conservation Act was passed through that's, you know, laid the groundwork again. We're talking, you know, they're, they're, it's like the Fabian socialists, they're masters of incrementalism. They keep building, building, building, and then they pull the trigger, so to speak, you know, proverbially.
But this Conservation Act, I think, paved the way for all these conservation easements. So essentially, you could have private land and let's say you put a conservation easement on your land in order to get a tax credit or, you know, for whatever reason, Now this becomes your private property can become part of a natural asset company, which means that they have access to manage the land.
I think that's really important for people to understand.
It's not just about ownership of land.
They can manage it.
Right. Which means that now it would be like in your house, not renting rooms out, but you've actually sold rooms to other people.
Now they have total purview over what to do with those rooms in your house.
And that's what happens with this.
And when you talk about the communism, fascism, I think it is also technocracy because we're putting it on a digital stock exchange, right?
Right. So it is very, and you know, with all the other technology that could be implemented in this, I think there's a reason Abadir Ventures is involved.
I don't know enough yet to make that claim, but I have my suspicions, certainly with what we've seen already.
Well, they seem to be right there at the center, wherever they're pushing the problem crises of people.
They've got the digital global solution that they're going to be able to market.
You know, we look at this, and people have talked a lot about how...
Companies like Nestle or whatever are grabbing the water, for example.
They don't actually have to do that with this.
That's, I guess, the genius of this.
They can get control of this stuff without actually having to lay the money out.
And that's what makes it really a part of this whole great-taking perspective, is that they've got a derivative for control.
And monetizing.
Yeah, exactly. They can monetize it.
They can sell it to people.
People can come into it.
And really, when I looked at this, it's like, that's what they're talking about with stakeholder capitalism.
Yep, you got it.
You can be a stakeholder in this because we're going to put this on the stock exchange.
We're going to have this communist takeover and confiscation of land, but we'll sell shares in it.
And that's exactly what this is.
It's amazing to me to see that, like I said, it's diabolically clever.
And we've got to stop this thing as soon as possible.
Do you see the cooperation between the New York Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission?
They're going to just give them a green pass on all this stuff.
Exactly. And so it is communistic in the sense that, you know, this is not about productivity.
So I really wanted to rule that to people.
This means that this land, we can't mine resources, you know, you can't mine gold, lithium.
But what happens if, say, China buys a natural asset company that has ownership of large land that's very rich in lithium?
So what happens then, right?
So we wouldn't be able to use it, but who knows what they might do later down the road.
So they want to withhold it so that they can monetize their access.
Especially farmland.
We talked about water, but farmland as well.
This is how they starve us as well.
Not only owning everything, but locking down and making it all limits to us.
Sorry you can't do any farming.
You're going to have to eat the soylent green that Bill Gates has got for you.
You got it. Yep.
The farming, the production, the oil.
I mean, imagine they buy a lot of these natural asset companies in Texas where no oil can then be extracted.
So, yes, this is a ruling.
The New York Stock Exchange has appealed to the SEC to have it listed as a new category of companies on the New York Stock Exchange.
And There is hope because this has been extended.
So there's clearly been outcry.
Not enough, unfortunately.
But enough to extend this and derail them slightly.
So it has been extended right now to January 18th.
So people do need to move quickly and to go under the SEC, the Securities Exchange Commission, to file their comments. Also, I encourage everybody to put as much pressure. One of the reasons this was extended was because Marlo Oaks, who is the treasurer of Utah, got 22 other financial state officers together to make a complaint.
And so they have now extended it.
So it's January 18th is the last day for comments.
And then you can have rebuttals of comments, I think is extended to February 2nd.
But it is really, really time sensitive.
So put as much pressure not just on your federal representative, state representative, but I really encourage even like county because there's a lot of land ownership through the counties and that's, you know, the more locally we can take some action, I think the more power we might have.
And certainly write comments.
And you can, under the SEC website, you can find, there's like all the comments.
They're open. They're public to read.
So you can read all of the comments that have been made if you need suggestions and ideas of what to say.
And then... I encourage everybody to go to americastewardsforliberty.us.
I'm actually having Margaret Biefeld on my show tomorrow.
She has been a very loud voice against all of this and really outlining this very, very clearly.
But their website is phenomenal, and they have a link to the comment they made, which is about eight pages long, eight or nine pages.
And they go through all of the Really just horrifying possibilities of what could happen with these natural asset companies and why it should not happen.
And let me say, it's good for them because they understand it and because they are educating people.
But if you, as an individual, want to make this comment, just as I began the program talking about how there were so many comments criticizing the federal government and the National Park System removal of that William Penn statue, and within hours they pulled it back.
It was like, whoa! And I've seen this with homeschooling against a very, very powerful teachers union lobby in North Carolina.
And it was a state that was completely controlled by Democrats that were allied politically with this teachers union.
And they wanted to shut homeschooling down.
And a small group of homeschoolers, everybody wrote in letters and swamped them with this stuff.
And they backed off. And so it's always possible that something like this can happen.
Yeah. You can go there and look at some issues and you can push back against it, but you don't have to make a real erudite argument or something that's very complicated.
They're going to measure the response by the quantity, by the weight of these letters and responses.
And it's probably more wait if you can get some people who are, like you said, local government officials to chime in.
You know, if they can just send in a small letter or something like that, that would also be important as well.
But we've only got eight days now.
I know! So it's really getting close.
I will list just for people, if you don't mind, just the seven.
In their comment, they explain all seven, but I can read just very briefly what the seven are, just to give people a sense.
So the first one is the proposed rule authorizes federal lands, including national parks, to be enrolled in NACs.
Proposed rule gives management authority.
So this is what I was talking about. It's not just about ownership.
It's management. And management for them means conservation, which means you cannot produce on it.
You cannot use the water.
You cannot use the land.
You can't farm on it.
You can't extract the minerals.
So then the Biden administration is preparing to enroll federal lands in NAC. And that's what I talked about with their accounting system.
They have a whole...
And this accounting system, I don't know if we can see this, but this is the front page of it.
And it is a U.S. system of natural capital accounting, associated environmental economic statistics, Office of Science and Technology Policy, Office of Management and Budget Department of Commerce.
And this was January 2023.
And this was also part of, Biden had done a 15-year green economy plan.
And part of that was, this was like six days after he got into office, he started something called America the Beautiful, which is part of this whole, yeah.
They're masters of language.
They always make it sound really nice.
But it's part of the 30 by 30 agenda.
And then the fourth point.
Well, you're talking about the management thing.
Going back to the Bundy Ranch standoff and the Bureau of Land Management and all that kind of stuff, as Cliven was saying, what they're managing is trying to manage us off of the land.
They're not doing any land management.
They want to get everybody off. And he was the last farmer there.
There'd been about 50-some-odd farmers.
He said, I'm the last one here between here and California.
And so we were looking under the time, and it's like, okay, so what are they up to?
We had seen the government...
Turn over the Tonto National Park in Arizona.
John McCain was a part of that at the time.
And they'd found copper.
And, you know, they had set up these national parks.
They're going to be there for recreation for people.
But also for the Apaches, it was of great historical importance to them as well as religious importance to them.
But for the people who wanted the parks as recreation, they came in and said, well, we don't care about that.
We're going to give it to an Australian company.
They're going to do a copper mine.
It's going to be a strip mine thing.
And they're going to create a crater that's so large you can see it from space.
And so this is the kind of stuff that we have seen our federal government do and try to do.
And we were scratching our heads and saying, okay, so what is it that they know about this area?
Have they discovered some valuable mineral, uranium or lithium or oil or something?
What is it that they want with this scruffy desert area?
But of course, that's what this is all really about.
And so when you look at this, then it all comes together.
They're gonna manage it, and then they're going to create this massive public fund that everybody has to pay carbon taxes for whenever you do anything, if you use any energy, you gotta pay them a tax, and then they'll kick it back to the politicians, and they'll split it.
That's what this public-private partnership is about.
It's about this fascist splitting of it, and they've added this ingenious side thing of the stock market to do it.
To do it. Crazy. I'm sorry.
Go ahead with the other. No.
Yeah. Yeah. We're spot on.
It's terrifying. So then the proposed rule invites foreign interest to invest in NACs.
And that is really, really scary.
I don't know if you're familiar with it.
It was Chi Hosham.
I might be mispronouncing that, but he was a Chinese minister of defense.
And he had written a secret memo and the Epoch Times released it.
And he talked about how a lot of the elites in China have deeds on American property already, and they're waiting for the, right?
So it's like, well, now they don't need to wait.
They can just invest in natural asset companies and take management over the land.
They already have something like 250,000.
People are starting to wake up to that and put in some local or state restrictions on that.
So, yeah, they can just do an end runaround with these NACs.
Exactly. And not just China.
Of course, there's, you know, Russia, Saudi Arabia, lots of foreign adversaries who we may not want having controlling rights to our land.
And then the fifth one is Land Trust can enroll conservation easements without landowner's permission.
And that one, I really just, it's so diabolical.
It's antithetical, in my opinion, to everything this nation stands for.
The notion of private property rights.
And that is literally saying that without your permission or possibly even awareness, that now they have purview over your property.
And let me interject here and say we've seen this type of thing already.
We've had situations.
First, we had the Kelso, I think, was in Connecticut, where they came in and they said, we're going to do eminent domain for private corporation, right?
And then it got worse with the TransCanada pipeline that they were going to do.
And... TransCanada was a company.
They were doing the Keystone Pipeline, and they were going in and letting this foreign company condemn property, farms that people had had for over a century.
They would let them condemn it and take it for their use.
And so this is not a theory that they would do this kind of stuff.
They've already been testing the waters, and they've already established some precedents and gotten the courts to go along with them on this stuff.
Yeah, that's absolutely right.
And they do, I think that's a really important point.
They do do a lot of this like beta testing to see what they can do, how will people respond, and then they tweak things.
So they lay out plans, you know, decades and decades earlier, and then they start building the foundation in order to execute those plans.
But along the way, they do lots of tests so they can refine those plans.
Yes. So then the sixth one is exclusive rights to natural processes will be monetized and assigned to natural asset companies.
And that's what we're talking about with the carbon offsets.
And then the production of resources is prioritized over human flourishing.
And this one is, you know, just to spell it out, essentially what they're saying is that to protect that land, again, their term is conservation, is more important than any productivity.
In fact, there can be no productivity.
So as you mentioned, this is a way they can starve us out.
And that is exactly what they're saying.
They're admitting it.
And that's a hallmark of everything they're trying to do with this climate stuff.
You've got to shut down your farms.
You can't have meat or dairy because, you know, we've got nitrogen or CO2 that we've got to worry about, right?
And so they can come up with any kind of bogus macguffin and tell us, you're not important.
We've got to save the earth, you know?
And that's, again, that is, this is all about the environment and climate MacGuffin.
That's where they're rolling this thing in.
And I think it's worth noting that, you know, I'm sure you're familiar with the Club of Rome document, the Limits to Growth in 1972.
Well, their document, Global Reformation in 1992, admitted that they created it, the narrative as propaganda, because they realized nobody was going to, I'm paraphrasing, but essentially they said nobody was going to buy the junk science that they were, you know, promulgating.
Yeah. But they said if they created a common enemy, that people would rally behind it.
So they decided that the enemy of humanity was man.
This is why you are the carbon they want to reduce.
And they admitted this in their global reformation document in 1992.
I mean, they flat out admitted it.
It's a hoax. It's a lie in order to push their Malthusian agenda.
Yeah, and by the early 2000s, they were pushing this Gaia theory.
We had our kids, we're young, and we went to the UK, and it was filled with all this stuff about, and I recorded, so I haven't found the recording yet, but I did record it because this is crazy.
They had this loop playing in a children's play area.
We're propagandizing the kids, telling them that Mother Earth, Gaia, was this sentient being, essentially, and that human beings are a virus, and so we've got to be eliminated.
And so that's how they see us, you know, as part of this depopulation thing.
It's how they justify it, that we're just a virus, and the Earth is more important than you, and the Earth is actually this sentient being.
It's absolutely crazy, but that's what they're pushing with people.
And, you know, the other thing that concerns me about this, Courtney, was the...
The fact that Wall Street involvement in this, and we go back and we look at the presidents, especially with Trump, you know, everything about the kind of the only metric that really mattered was how is Wall Street doing, right?
That's how these people are focused on this.
And we saw during the lockdowns, Trump's lockdowns in 2020, the Wall Street companies, they were essential, but you are not essential.
This is the mindset of all these politicians in both parties, including Trump, uh, This is how this thing is going to roll out.
They don't care about anything but Wall Street because that's how they're going to exercise their control.
That's how they're going to make sure that we own nothing and that we're kicked off of all the land.
I've watched this for so long and I kept thinking, how are they going to do it?
Well, now we know. Now we know.
Yeah, this is exactly how they plan to roll it out.
And that's right. And I think that is a really important point for people to understand.
You know, I talk a lot about the Hegelian dialectic.
They hit from both ends, but both sides are marching towards the omega point.
You know, Hegel would call it the omega point, which is, for him, he said that state equals God.
And for these people, I call them the parasite class.
Mm-hmm. The state is the worldwide governing body, the centralized governing body of the world that they're trying to create, along with their centralized world religion, which, from my vantage point, looks like they're trying to create an AI god.
That seems to be where they're going.
And I think also when you look at this and the stock market aspect of it, you know, I said for the longest time that I really don't think it's going to be like a centralized government in anywhere more so than the UN. They're exercising a lot of control.
But I said it'll be a global governance.
And this global governance will be, as they keep telling us, it'll be a public-private partnership between the governments and this corporatocracy that is over and above everything, and how they're going to sell shares in it and all the rest of the stuff.
And now we can see how they're going to sell the shares in it.
Now we can see how the corporations and the governments are going to ally.
I think this natural asset company thing, that is really the way they're going to roll this stuff out.
And they're talking about How they see it as $4 quadrillion worth of assets out there.
Yeah, they do. Unbelievable.
You know, you're talking about $4,000 trillion that are out there.
That's the kind of money that these people are looking at by locking everything up, taking control of water, of air, of farmland, of everything.
Yeah, absolutely. And that number, as astronomical as it is, it is made up.
I mean, they're literally just placing a value on things that, you know, of their own admission cannot be evaluated.
They've always said that was the problem.
And how did they achieve this valuation?
By creating a voodoo accounting system.
I mean, it's literally a made-up, nonsensical accounting system because of their own admission, their own words, the generally accepted accounting principles do not work.
Why do they not work? Because they're based on production.
They're based on actually having a product to sell.
And now they're doing the opposite.
This is about the degrowth agenda.
This is about having no production and, you know, in their words, conserving.
And, of course, they're using the climate narrative as a means of pushing it through the climate crisis, as they call it.
Yeah, it really is a feudal system, and they get these grants from, you know, I guess the king now is a stock market.
Access to this stuff.
You know, you still have the nations that are there, and they're going to play a role in terms of administration of this, but the governance will be global, and it will be this kind of stakeholder thing.
What were some of the other things that they were talking about in their 7 or 8 point...
Those are the seven points that they outlined.
And then they go into detail on, you know, what that would mean.
It's a pretty long article.
So they do go through what each of those are.
But let me see if I can find any other things.
And let me just say, too, we'll put this in the video on Rockfin.
Thank you very much, Jen Jones.
Thank you for the tip. And she also gave us a link to file your comments about the national asset companies.
We've got a link there. We'll put that in the description.
And the description and link to view the comments.
So she's already given that to me.
Thank you for saving me the time of looking that up.
And on Rockfin, Surge the Purge, thank you for the tip.
He says, if anyone wants a lesson in what one stock market move can do to kill a currency, look at 1815.
Nathan Rothschilds claimed that Britain lost the war to deflate the currency so he could buy all of it at a lower price, which led him to have more of a stake in government than anyone else.
He who controls the money supply controls the government.
That's absolutely true. It's going to be a financial takeover with this stuff.
Well, and Margaret Biefeld had a really great quote, you know, about property, right?
She said that we either own property or we become the property that's owned.
That's right.
That's right.
Right?
That's right.
I wanted to point out also, I found this in my research, that they hired a publicity firm.
It's called Confluence Partners.
I'm not familiar with them, but it was the IEG, the Intrinsic Exchange Group, who hired this marketing company.
And I just thought it was very interesting because they talk about it very openly on their website, how the IEG was like a case study and that it was very important to poise the narratives for journalists.
So they're really trying to position the media for how to relay what these are, these natural asset companies, and how we should convey this to the public.
And then they talk about also how to market it to NGOs.
And I just thought that was all very interesting, that they clearly realized this was not going to be very widely popular, and they needed to hire a publicity marketing company in order to craft their narratives for them.
We're going to be working on that quite a bit this next week at the World Economic Forum.
Whenever they have their meetings, they put out a massive number of articles.
And that's where they go together to get their talking points, to lay the stuff out for the mainstream media to pair it and to repackage and to keep feeding to the public for the rest of the year.
So that's coming up this next week.
But that's on the 15th.
And then on the 18th, We're going to be quietly rolling out this thing to do a stock market takeover of natural assets throughout the country.
It truly is amazing. And I put up a bunch of articles on my Twitter because the World Economic Forum has been preparing for this for quite a while.
And there are several articles where they talk about the valuation of natural asset companies, the valuation of natural resources.
So you go to my profile and you type in WEF. I linked a whole bunch of articles because I couldn't fit them into the broadcast that I did.
It was one hour long and There were several of them.
So again, they've been doing this for a long time, but you can see in the past two years, those articles seem to ramp up.
So the World Economic Forum and the UN are very much working in partnership on this.
It is a big process.
And, you know, again, when I look at this, it's like, that's why ESG makes so much sense.
And you're seeing articles about how people are really angry about how BlackRock and State Street have been pushing this ESG stuff and essentially blackmailing publicly held companies, saying, we've got a lot of your stock and we want you to do this and this environmentally and, you know, with the social agendas that they're pushing.
But that was really kind of the blackmail model.
And you're looking at this and you're saying, yeah, but where do these people get paid with this?
And we've even had lawsuits led by the Tennessee State Attorney General Scrimetti saying, it's fundamentally dishonest.
You're out there telling people that you're a money-making person.
Enterprise here as a BlackRock and getting them to invest in BlackRock so you can buy shares in these companies.
But then you're getting the companies to do stuff that undermines the value of your investment.
And so you're being dishonest about this.
You're not doing this for financial reasons.
You're doing it for your political agenda or whatever.
But now you can see the financial side of this kicking in.
With the NAC. And so that's where the payoff is.
They're always playing the long game.
And just as people are catching on to this ESG stuff, now they're going to pivot to this NAC stuff, which is going to be not only for profit, but for outrageous profit.
Outrageous profit. It's taking everything.
It truly is amazing. I just keep looking at this.
She keeps saying, amazing, amazing.
I know I'm repeating myself here, but I just, when I saw this thing, it's like, whoa.
I know. What a scheme. And the fact that so few people know anything about it.
Yeah, yeah. I mean, they brought this up during, I guess, like Christmas when most people would not be paying attention.
Yeah. What a surprise.
Yes, exactly.
But the fact that they've extended it does mean that there has been pushback and they're feeling it.
So I think that that is encouraging.
We just need a lot more of it.
Yeah. And when you bring up BlackRock, I don't know enough about it.
I'm going to do a dive on it this week.
But Region Smart is owned by BlackRock.
And that is that tri-state quasi-government that they're creating using smart sensors.
And the Senate has passed through a bill on that already.
I don't know how it's tied to this, but I imagine it is.
That seems to be how they work.
It's usually all connected.
Wow. It really is global governance that is planting the flag and seizing this property.
And the other thing I looked at is like, yeah, we know that they want to set up this kind of serfdom where we own nothing, we rent everything, right?
Everything is about rental.
And so this fits perfectly into that paradigm of you will own nothing and you will rent everything from us.
And it really does go back to kind of a feudalism where, you know, if somebody had connections to the monarchy or they liked them or whatever, they would give them, you know, a fiefdom.
And, you know, they'd kick money back to the monarch and all the rest of the stuff, but they would just grant this to them.
And that's really what is going to be happening here.
Who gives them the right to take this stuff?
But of course, they've done this over and over again within the United States and other places with their national parks and things like that.
And then, you know, turning it over to kind of a UN supervision with the World Heritage thing.
And then to take the example of the Great Smoky Mountains, since there were roads that ran through it, The state of Tennessee, once upon a time, states did exercise some authority.
And they said, well, you're not going to charge people to go into that park.
So we were the last park that they didn't charge people to go into.
And they still don't charge people to actually go into it.
But now they came up with a scheme where they said, well, we're going to charge you if you stop.
And so you can't park.
And so that's a way that they gradually start monetizing this stuff.
But now they're just going to turn it over to Wall Street.
Who knows what Wall Street will do with all this stuff.
It is insane. It really is insane.
It is insane. And you're right.
Actually, of their own words, they do use the term governance, global governance.
So they do say that as opposed to government.
So that is very accurate.
And it is, obviously, we can see it.
It's being pushed through private public parks.
Right, and they'll keep the labels of different countries.
They won't do away with America, but America will be subservient to them.
In the same way that, you know, since the Civil War, we've seen the states become more and more subservient to the federal government.
They still keep them around and still give them some things that are within their purview, but it is going to be this centralized thing, and it'll gradually get stronger and stronger and stronger, as we've seen The central government gets stronger and stronger since the Civil War.
It's going to be the same type of approach.
Well, if you read...
Yes. I just want to address that.
If you read Brzezinski, and I think Atali also talked about it.
He was known as, like, the French Kissinger.
They talk of the...
The French Kissinger.
Yeah, the French...
The Kissinger of France or whatever.
Yeah. The futurists.
You know, people think they're so prescient, but it's pretty easy to predict the future when you planned it, you know.
Yeah, and when you execute it.
And then you execute it, yeah.
You know, it's amazing how that works out.
But they talk about this.
They talk about how they want to disintegrate nation-states.
However, there'll be remnants of nation-states through power blocks.
And you've seen this attempt to execute that through things like NATO. They tried with the North America Treaty, right?
They're trying to create these power blocks, but they're not necessarily nation-states anymore.
And that was their goal.
I don't know how successful they'll be in it, but I think it's important for people to be aware that those were written plans that they were attempting to execute.
And then, of course, you would have this public-private partnership, these corporatocracy, which is also going to work in conjunction with a technocracy.
And I do think they want to roll out like a...
A UBI with a digital currency where you're getting carbon credits.
And I think these natural asset companies are a huge part of that agenda as well.
The real threats to us always run through the financial system.
when you look at Zbigniew Brzezinski and his trilateral designs and how he wanted to create three regions and then unite those three regions and we saw that attempt to put that through through the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the Transatlantic Partnership stuff.
Fortunately those have been put on the back burner for now but that was the idea.
The same thing they did with Europe.
First, we'll create a common market for trade purposes, and then we'll become more and more financially integrated.
Then we'll go to a common currency and so forth, and then a governance.
And so it always begins, you know, this governance for these people always begins with a financial side to it.
But the scary thing, of course, is Zbigniew Brzezinski's final vision of the technocratic state.
Exactly.
Where they will know everything that you're going to do before you do it, and be able to predict what you're going to do, and watch everything you're going to do.
Well, that's what the CBDC is about, and universal basic income.
And he was talking about this in the 1970s.
That's why they selected him and put him in the position of really kind of controlling the Carter administration.
Yeah. Yeah.
and and Brzezinski and the French Kissinger.
Jacques Cattali.
Yeah, just call him the French Kisser I guess is what we call this guy.
But I've never heard of him before.
But, you know, like you said, they can predict this because they are going to be, as Karl Rove said, we are history's actors.
And we're going to make this happen.
And you can go analyze what we're going to do.
But now that we know what the plan is, they're 15 minute cities, there's CBDC stuff and all the rest of this stuff, now it's time, folks, there's not a lot of time.
They wanna roll this stuff out in the next four or five years, they're gonna roll it out and then whoever's the next president, they're gonna roll it out with that guy.
And they're already rolling this stuff out in terms of the financial constructs and that's what we need to oppose and so we'll put that stuff up on the comments of this and thank you so much for coming on and telling us about it.

Thank you so much, Courtney.
I appreciate that. Yeah, thank you so much for having me, and yeah, I am bringing attention to this, because it's really important.
And I think we do have some power to stop it.
I do want to address, you said, Karl Rove says that we are history's actors.
You know, that is also what Heidegger, Hegel, and Marx say as well.
You know, history uses people and discards them.
It can't be that you've got a Republican campaign guy quoting Marx.
I just wanted to point that out.
Yeah, exactly. Yeah, they're on the same page, aren't they?
It's this phony illusion of Democrats and Republicans, and here you've got this guy, George W. Bush's campaign guy, quoting Marx.
Exactly. That's so telling, isn't it?
Thank you so much, Courtney.
Thank you for what you do, and again, very important issue.
We're going to try to get the word out, and we'll do what we can about this.
Thank you so much. You're so welcome.
Yeah, I think Senator Nicely, who introduced us, has requested that I come speak at the Capitol next week.
I'm waiting to hear back. Senator Nicely understands what's going on.
It's very rare that you get somebody that's got the integrity and the discernment that he has.
We really are fortunate to have him here in Tennessee.
We're going to take a quick break, folks.
We'll be right back. Using free speech to free minds.

Well, we've got just a couple of minutes here before the show ends, and I wanted to use that to thank some of the people who have helped us here.
At the beginning of the month, we did the accounting stuff and looked at it.
We are up to a quarter on the gas gauge, and so I want to...
Thank people who have helped us with that.
I don't have the full list of people on Zelle, but I just saw this this morning as I was preparing for the show.
Thank you so much, Benjamin R. I really do appreciate the very generous contribution that you sent via Zelle, and we'll have the list of the other people who are on Zelle, but we also have the list of people who have sent checks in January, and I just want to briefly name them and thank them.
Paul H., Joel B. Michael G. Aaron F. Walter Y. Dale L. Lois L. Jeremy W. Marty K. Rob 42 in New Jersey.
George R. John A. Tina and Michael G. And Tamir R. Thank you so much, all of you, for the support.
It is what keeps this program going.
Let me, just in the time we've got, we've only got a couple of minutes.
As we were talking about the elections, Elon Musk, and again, you know, it's just take him one piece at a time.
Sometimes he says the right thing, and when he does, we're going to support him.
I still have concerns about where this guy wants to go, where he's coming from, the technocracy aspects of this, the singularity.
But he is saying the right thing about the elections.
He said, this is absolutely insane.
Well, what is insane? The way we do our elections.
He said in the USA, you don't need government-issued ID to vote.
This is a fight that we've had for the longest time.
You can vote by mail in your ballot.
And this is insane.
He said we should require government ID and in-person voting unless there is a valid medical, military, etc.
excuse like other countries do or like if you want to buy beer.
It's very racist to say that poor people, or as they try to make the case in southern states, well, you know, we've had a weaponization against black people voting.
It's really racist and insulting to say that even though they've got to use an ID to cash a check or to buy a beer or all these other things, that they don't need an ID in order to vote.
Isn't that a tell? When we have a government that is so obsessed with With tracking everything that we do, and yet they don't want an ID for voting.
On Rockfin, thank you for the tip, Kimberly Cordich.
Thank you very much. We appreciate that.
I also have friends with Trump derangement syndrome, even after they repeat 17 million dead from the clock shot.
It is insanity.
Blessings in 2024.
Thank you so much. Yeah, isn't that...
You know, you have Tucker who comes on and they talk about 17 million people dead, but...
We must, you know, Trump is he who must not be named.
The evil Voldemort behind this global democide.
And nobody wants to make the connections.
And I tell you, and we know why.
We know what it costs for anybody, any politician, anybody in the press who blames Trump for anything.
He must not be blamed.
He must be worshipped.
Well, thank you for listening.
