	Well, we're going to take a look today at a lot of election news.
	It's very interesting.
	Again, we want to focus on the local stuff, but we need to look at what they're having to say and think about what our priorities are.
	Are we focusing on what is imminent with an eye?
	Or are we focusing on what is imminent with an E? Is it the things that are immediately before us, the problems that we're seeing immediately before us, or is it something that is far more important, overriding, and above that, that we need to be focused on?

	You know, we've got some clips from RFK Jr.
	talking to NewsNation. I tell you, he was not able to get on CNN. Jake Tapper said, we're not going to let him on.
	He's bad. He talks about vaccines.
	And there was a big back and forth, went for 13 minutes.
	I'm not going to play that for you, but it was a masterpiece in the way RFK handled both this obnoxious anchor that they had, which kept cutting him off and kept trying to make it about personalities.
	You know, you versus personalities in the Republican Party or you versus the experts.
	And she even had a doctor there to stand up.
	Oh, look, he's a doctor.
	He's going to put you in your place.
	And the guy was, his name was Dr.
	Butt. And I guess you could call it a rebuttal.
	Because it really, he totally took down this doctor's arguments for vaccines.
	Oh, look, you know, he...
	I saved everybody from smallpox and all the rest of this stuff and chicken pox and so forth.
	It was a masterpiece. I'm not going to play that for you.
	I'm going to play the other things that he had to say.
	I would suggest that you look at that.
	Highly educational. But it's a long clip to do it justice, to play 13 minutes.
	I'm not going to do that. I'll kind of summarize it for you when we get to that.
	But some other things came up in that debate.
	That explained to us why RFK Jr.
	is running as a Democrat. Why, as a Kennedy, he'll always be a Democrat.
	The things that he embraces.
	And of course, these are the things that were not being talked about before.
	But they get him on a Democrat platform.
	Again, it's a town hall which CNN should be doing with him as a candidate.
	But they're afraid to take this vaccine issue.
	And she was just...
	She was so upset. She tried everything, and he was ready for it.
	He's done this a long time.
	It's not his first rodeo.
	And he handled it in a masterful way, even to the extent where she tried to cut it off.
	And she goes, all right, well, people, you go to our website, and you can see the real information about vaccines.
	And then he interjected, and you can go to my website, and you can see why I'm saying all this.
	And you can see the proof that none of these vaccines have ever been tested.
	Oh, she just pushed and pushed and pushed on that.
	He said, look, we did a lawsuit.
	People can see the lawsuit.
	Well, we got them to admit they don't have any of this information.
	They never tested it. So, go look for yourself, he said.
	But let's talk a little bit about Biden first.
	The guy who does not want to debate RFK Jr.
	And this has got to be, I think, my favorite story of the day.
	This was... I had a lot of information about a secret global phone from AT&T that they were paying about $300 a month for.
	That'd be a lot for you and I, but you know, the big guy's making tens of millions of dollars of grifting and corruptions.
	That's no big deal for him.
	By the way, there's a lot of thunderstorms here.
	I hope we don't lose our power, but in case it goes down, I've not been assassinated, and we'll try to get it up as soon as possible, but it is really storming here.
	Anyway, it was from AT&T, $300 a month, a global phone.
	You could access somebody anywhere around the world.
	And so, this is Peter Schweitzer saying this.
	Schweitzer. He said, we shared that phone number and that account information with people on the House Oversight Committee.
	My hope is that they, if they haven't already, will subpoena those records because I think it will give an indication on how tight the communication was.
	Between Hunter and the big guy, who was, you know, sitting right next to me, and you better send that money right now.
	You don't want to get the big guy mad as he was texting out.
	And he says, and that may be the phone, for example, that the Ukrainian and the Burisma executive might have used in this allegation that he talked to Biden, Joe Biden, and recorded conversations.
	And so, the interesting thing is, is that John Solomon, Got the documents and saw the phone number.
	And he called the big guy.
	And the big guy picked up.
	Nobody at the House committee decided they would try that, but John Solomon did.
	One of those documents got leaked to me, he said.
	It had a cell phone number that Hunter Biden was paying for.
	So I figured this was my chance.
	I've been trying to get a fair comment from Hunter Biden.
	So I'm going to call the phone.
	So I called the cell phone, and it wasn't Hunter.
	It was Joe Biden who picked up.
	He got straight through to the big guy.
	Joe Biden, boy, was he shocked.
	He picked up the phone and found out it was me, said John Solomon, and he hung up pretty quickly.
	Well... It is interesting to see the Circular Firing Squad, as I called it yesterday, because they're leaking information.
	The Department of Justice, Merrick Garland, is lying himself.
	Trump is lying. He's come up with one more absurd justification.
	Even Dershowitz, who's trying his best to come up with some plausible defense, is not really coming up with anything at all.
	But Joe Biden ought to be concerned.
	An ex-GOP Ohio House Speaker has been sentenced to 20 years for his role in a $60 million bribery scheme.
	He got 20 years.
	The stuff the big guy was into was a lot worse than what this GOP House Speaker in Ohio was doing.
	And he got 20 years.
	The largest corruption scandal in Ohio history.
	He was taken immediately into custody with a judge declaring that the court and the community's patience with Larry Householder has expired.
	Has our patience with the Biden household expired?
	No, I guess not.
	But you know, it is interesting.
	You know, I talked about somebody who was found guilty for taking home national security documents.
	She worked, I think, for the FBI. One count.
	They sent her to jail for four years.
	There's 37 counts of that for Trump.
	Plus, you know, obstruction of justice, other things like that.
	And then Biden, right?
	His crimes are much bigger.
	When we look at the fact that the little people are going to jail left and right for this stuff, I don't want to see either one of these guys getting off with this.
	Send them both to jail.
	I say that every day. Both of them need to go to jail.
	I understand it's an unequal justice system.
	And something needs to be done about that.
	And that ball is in the court of Kevin McCarthy.
	Kevin McCarthy can impeach Garland.
	He can impeach Biden.
	And after Biden is impeached, then somebody needs to do a prosecution of him.
	That's how it works. You don't directly prosecute the president, as you remember, right?
	And of course, Lala would pardon him.
	But anyway, he needs to be out of office.
	And so with that, with the health issues that you're seeing him have, the mental issues, and again, the health issues, was it CPAP that was making that big indention on his face?
	We don't know. But I really do believe...
	I think it's one of the reasons why Gavin Newsom has been pushing so hard and pushing against DeSantis.
	And the two of them have been going after each other.
	I think they both kind of have a hunch that neither Biden or Trump are going to make it one way or the other.
	Pretty good chance that they won't make it.
	There's to lose, but there are extenuating circumstances for both of them.
	And it's not just the Biden household ripping people off.
	He's ripping you off. Biden regulations are already costing every family $10,000.
	And if he gets a second term looking at the proposed programs, that could go up to $60,000.
	And maybe that's why he wants an army of IRS agents.
	But DeSantis had something very interesting to say when he went on to Fox News and he said when asked what changes he was going to make, he had this to say.
	Are you in favor of eliminating any agencies?
	I know conservatives in the past have talked about closing the Department of Education.
	Would you do that? So we would do education, we would do commerce, we'd do energy, and we would do IRS. And so if Congress will work with me on doing that, we'll be able to reduce the size and scope of government.
	But what I'm also going to do, Martha, is be prepared.
	If Congress won't go that far, I'm going to use those agencies to push back against woke ideology and against the leftism that we see creeping into all institutions of American life.
	Well, that's kind of interesting, and that's something that was always planking our platform when I was working with the Libertarian Party.
	Abolish the IRS. And just as you heard there with her, you can't be serious.
	It's like, oh no, we were very serious about that.
	Abolish it. There's any number of ways that you could do that.
	You know, there's that executive order thing around.
	Look, if anybody could do it or would do it, I think it would be DeSantis.
	He has operated in an executive position, usually in the past.
	Governors always had an inside edge on running for president because they'd already done this at a state level.
	And you can see how they handled or were manhandled by the...
	Did they handle the bureaucracy or did the bureaucracy manhandle them like they did Trump?
	And so you typically look at somebody versus a governor versus a senator.
	Because a senator doesn't really have any executive...
	That he can do anything.
	He's just one of 100 people.
	And even more so with somebody who's a congressman.
	So that's one thing.
	But the other thing that we did see from DeSantis, and I'll say this every time I talk about him, he didn't go nearly as far as I would like for him to do during this lockdown.
	He didn't do it nearly as soon as I would have liked to have seen him do it.
	But he did it sooner and he went further than anybody, anywhere.
	I mean, he wrote to a lot of the anti-lockdown people in the UK, for example.
	And he did it by not just engaging in lawsuits.
	That's typically what people do.
	Well, I'll kick it over to my attorney general and let them file a lawsuit.
	Let's see what happens. Will the courts let us do this or not?
	No. He came up with direct action that he did, and he came up with some novel ideas.
	Some of them worked. Some of them didn't.
	But he kept trying. And so if anybody's going to pull back some of this stuff, he would.
	Now, I certainly would have liked to have heard him say, and probably he would, that we're not going to make the IRS seven times bigger like the Democrats in Congress want, and we're not going to make it five times bigger like the Republicans in Congress want.
	We need to make it one-fifth the size, or one-seventh the size, if it even remains.
	And there's other ways that, as I've said before, if they're not concerned about the budget, If they're not concerned about the annual deficit, if they're not concerned about the cumulative debt, why are we playing this game with the IRS? Well, you know why. It is to keep you from having any money.
	And that's exactly the reason why Joe Biden has to expand it by anywhere from five to seven times.
	Congress wants to do that because they're going to use the IRS to take everything away from us.
	That's what that's about. They don't need the money.
	They don't care about the money. They don't care how far they go into debt.
	It's irrelevant to them.
	They just don't want us to have money.
	That's why the IRS is there.
	An NBC poll says U.S. troops at the border to dismantle the drug trade illegal immigration is the most popular policy We're voters right now.
	And I said that from the very beginning of 2017, when Trump was playing all these games and saying, well, I'd like to build a wall.
	Will you let me build a wall now?
	After he said, he's going to build a wall.
	That's what he ran on. In the beginning of 2017, well, I don't know.
	We'll see if Congress will let me do it.
	Will they give me the money? I said, this is defense of the country.
	Take the money out of the defense budget.
	Or, the other thing you could do, since you said you're going to end the war in Afghanistan and Iraq, bring those troops home.
	Do what you said about that.
	Bring those troops home. And put them at the border.
	They don't have to engage with people.
	Just their presence there is going to stop people from coming across the border.
	Boy, Alex did not like that.
	But I kept hammering it because it was the obvious solution.
	Now Trump is saying...
	That he would shift massive portions of the existing federal law enforcement apparatus to immigration enforcement.
	Vague. That isn't going to work.
	DeSantis said, we'll deploy troops.
	That's the issue.
	If you want to use interdiction, that's what you're going to have to use.
	But the real issue, again, remains the welfare magnet.
	The Cloward and Piven strategy.
	And I like the fact that DeSantis is talking about putting troops at the border, but I understand that he's also using the border issue to push forward an ID. At the same time, he opposes CBDC, and he was the first candidate to do that.
	He then comes in through the back door with his E-Verify stuff, where you have to get permission from the federal government to have a job.
	Every one of us. This is a burden that would be put on American citizens.
	See, I don't like requiring me to have my employment verified by the federal government because people are coming across the border.
	They're still going to come across the border.
	And when they come across the border, they don't have to have a job, they just go on welfare.
	So welfare, fine, come on in, you get on welfare.
	But if you want to work, you're going to have to have our special permission.
	That is exactly backwards, first of all.
	Secondly, the burden falls on Americans.
	Just like as we see, well, we've got artificial intelligence that can be used to create fake videos, and it can be used for all kinds of mischief, to fake stuff.
	Therefore, we're going to have to have you identify yourself, not the artificial intelligence.
	You will identify yourself.
	You understand there's a different agenda.
	They want to have some pretense to impose an ID on us.
	They don't have some kind of a pretense to make everything a privilege that is granted by government.
	And that's what E-Verify is.
	It takes the right to work and makes it a government-granted privilege and combines it with a digital ID. And so he's absolutely wrong about that aspect.
	And again, you know, we'll talk about the good and we'll talk about the bad as well for all these candidates.
	Dershowitz, meanwhile, trying to put some lipstick on this pig.
	He says, does Trump know something big that he's not sharing?
	Because even Dershowitz is flummoxed on how Trump gets out of this trap that he's put himself in with his big trap.
	Blah, blah, blah, right?
	With Trump under fire, after the audio recording was released, Alan Dershowitz is proffering an intriguing question.
	Does the former president know something that he's not yet sharing?
	He's playing 4D chess.
	Alan, didn't you know that? It's 4D chess.
	He's just roping them in.
	And then he's going to do the big reveal all of a sudden.
	No, it's total bravo Sierra.
	Not bravado. If prosecutors leaked it, he says, it would almost certainly constitute a crime or at the very least a violation of Justice Department rules.
	Yes. That's another indication of the Circular Firing Squad.
	Because it's more fuel to impeach Merrick Garland as well as Joe Biden.
	But again, this is where we are right now.
	We've already got, really, a civil war that is happening there.
	They just want to expand this civil war to the rest of the country because they want everybody fighting on one side or the other of Trump.
	He is the dividing line.
	Mr. Trump, as claimed in an interview, That what he showed the writer and the publisher were not classified documents, but rather newspaper magazine reports on the issue, said Alan Dershowitz.
	He says, listening to the recording, however, he doesn't even believe it.
	Even Alan Dershowitz doesn't believe this stuff that Trump is selling now, to try to explain this.
	Listening to the recording, however, says Dershowitz, suggested Mr.
	Trump showed them a document that he said was secret.
	And that he could have declassified.
	Yeah, we all heard that.
	We all understand that.
	But he did not while he was president.
	It is likely, therefore, that the prosecution will be able to prove at trial that Mr.
	Trump showed the writer and the publisher material that he believed was still classified.
	And he also, he and others, have said they would not have made a big deal out of that recording if they had not already verified and vetted that with some of the other people there.
	So, on the recording, as he points out, Trump says, except it's highly confidential, it's secret.
	This is secret information.
	Look, look at this.
	Now he's saying, the plans, the plans.
	Well, they were probably building plans or golf course plans, you know.
	Yeah, right. Dershowitz said the possibility exists that even though Trump personally, this is how desperate, listen to this theory, that we might be able to do this.
	Maybe Trump personally believed that these were still classified.
	See, he doesn't believe Trump's lies about it being plans or the rest of the stuff.
	And he doesn't believe Trump's statements before that he had declassified this stuff.
	He says maybe he believed that it was classified, but maybe it had been declassified and Trump didn't know it.
	That's how desperate they're getting.
	He says, Mr. Trump may not have known this, but some previously classified material may automatically lose that status when the contents are made public.
	If this is the case, then Trump could not be charged of unlawfully possessing and showing classified secrets.
	Dershowitz said he actually won a case when somebody said it was nearly an impossibility, Fifty years ago, he successfully defended a man who shot his acquaintance, believing that he was alive, when in fact the victim was already dead.
	So maybe Trump, which he doesn't believe, he believes that Trump had actual classified documents there, that Trump believed it was classified, but maybe Trump didn't know that it had been declassified by somebody else.
	Or the other part of this is that maybe Trump's campaign is dead.
	Maybe Trump has been shot.
	Maybe he shot himself with self-inflicted wounds.
	I think that's really what has happened.

	Well, it got everybody upset that Trump said that he has respect for RFK Jr.
	Trump said he's got some very important points.
	Well, just wait until, if it gets to a position where it looks like RFK Jr.
	is his rival, he'll start making fun of his voice or whatever he can to make fun of him.
	That's what Trump does.
	I respect him a lot.
	A lot of people respect him.
	He's got some very important points to be made.
	And the reason that he's saying this is because RFK Jr.
	has been so popular with so many conservatives and libertarians.
	And so, you know, Trump is doing that to make amends to his base.
	And then RFK Jr.
	said, well, just to call any speculation, under no circumstances will I join Donald Trump on an electoral ticket.
	Our positions on, he did this back on May 10th, as Roger Stone and other people were pushing that idea.
	Our positions on certain fundamental issues, our approaches to governance, and our philosophies of leadership could not be farther apart.
	And so even though CNN will not have him on, even though CNN will not do a town hall with him, there's an upstart leftist news organization called News Nation.
	I don't know who this woman was, who was the...
	person running this town hall, but what an obnoxious pig-headed person she is.
	I just gotta say, it's difficult to watch her.
	But it was about an hour and 20 minutes long, and she asked him about the fact that Trump likes, said nice things about him, we'll say that.
	He likes him for the moment, or he wants to like him.
	And so here's what RFK Jr.
	said about division, and I thought it was very good.
	Many Democrats fear that you're a spoiler in the race, that you will damage President Biden in the primary and grease the skids for former President Trump to return to the Oval Office.
	This week, former President Trump said about you, Kennedy is smart and he's a common sense guy.
	What kind of man do you think Donald Trump is?
	Well, you know, here's what I'm not going to do in this race.
	I'm not going to attack other people personally.
	I don't think it's good for our country.
	And I think, you know, what I'm trying to do in this race is bring people together, is to try to bridge the divide between Americans.
	And guess what? You know, when my dad died and we took this train ride from, you know, this seven and a half hour train ride that was supposed to be two hours.
	I was with him when he died in Los Angeles and then we brought his body.
	From New York, Penn Station to Union Station and Washington, D.C. It was a two and a half hour ride, but it took seven and a half hours because there were two and a half million people on that train track.
	And it was a cross-section of America and all of the major urban stations in Trenton, Newark, Wilmington, and Baltimore.
	There were black Americans singing the Battle Hymn of the Republic.
	There were whites in the rural areas.
	Who are holding up signs, goodbye Bobby, pray for us Bobby, American flag, standing, saluting.
	Four years later, and they have supported my father in the primaries in 1968.
	Four years later, in 1972, they were not supporting my father, and they were not supporting George McGovern, who was aligned with my father on all these issues.
	Instead, the vast majority of them were supporting George Wallace.
	And, you know, My father was able to harness these populist energies.
	In the last day of his life, he won the most rural state in this country, South Dakota, and the most urban.
	He was able to bridge the divide upon people who would otherwise be Republican, but wanted somebody who was common sense, who was able to appeal to their idealism, who was able to find the hero in each of them, who was able to get them to transcend narrow self-interest.
	And see themselves as part of a community and part of this, you know, incredible American adventure in modeling self-governance for the rest of the world.
	And so I'm proud that President Trump likes me, even though I don't agree with him on most of his issues.
	Because I don't want to alienate people.
	I want to bring people together.
	I'm proud that all these people like me and that I have independent supporters and Democratic supporters and that I'm able to bring a lot of people.
	You know, every Democrat says, I want to end the polarization.
	But how do you do that without talking to people who don't agree with you?
	How do you do that without appealing to people?
	My purpose is to Find the issues, the values that we have in common, rather than, you know, focus on the issues and the personalities that keep us all apart.
	Yeah, but there are issues that are important.
	Now, that was very masterful, and it needs to be said.
	And, of course, after that, she comes in and she tries to still make it personal.
	You know, let's attack the other guy personally.
	Let's make this about, you know, personal fights.
	And again, it's interesting because Trump is the guy who has turned that into an art form.
	Just like a schoolyard bully, he'll find something.
	Christie's too fat.
	Kelly's got a small brain.
	I mean, he's making stuff up.
	But it's the kinds of criticisms that you would see in an elementary school.
	You know, somebody wants to bully you, they want to make fun of you.
	It's like this pecking order type of thing, you know.
	Chickens get together, they see some flaw in one of the other chickens and they'll start pecking at it until they peck that chicken to death.
	And that's what Trump's strategy is.
	Peck a little taco, peck a little taco, peck a little taco.
	You know, the music man thing, right?
	We're going to focus on this person.
	And take them out.
	And so he didn't play that game.
	And we've got to get away from that game.
	And that game of focusing on the person, the ad homino attacks, is one of the reasons why Trump is...
	Trump is not the dividing line for all this stuff.
	Because he's anti-globalist.
	He's pro-globalist.
	He did everything that Klaus Schwab and Tedros and the UN and Fauci and all these.
	He did everything they wanted.
	He even proudly did the vaccine for them.
	He is not an anti-globalist by any means.
	He tells people he is.
	But he's not. One of the things that he tells people that he is that he's not.
	But he has been the dividing line and will become the dividing line of a civil war because they hate him so much.
	And because of these competitions and because of his popularity, they will do anything to get rid of him because it is a Game of Thrones.
	And if we continue to go down that line, it will be a civil war.
	And so I was very glad to hear him do that.
	And again, she's very persistent.
	If you see that clip, she just keeps coming back.
	To try to get him to jump into ad hominem attacks and he refuses to do it.
	Rises above it. And he's very skillful, rhetorically.
	It's one of the things that Glenn Greenwald said about his 13-minute thing on vaccines.
	He goes, this guy is a master at rhetorical stuff.
	He said, I thought he was really good when I talked to him, one of the best I've ever talked to, but he said, this is really a masterpiece.
	Well, it's not necessarily a masterpiece.
	It's the truth, what he was saying about vaccines.
	That doctor that they had, their doctor butt, and this woman were arguing from establishment, from academia.
	They were not arguing science, and he was arguing science.
	Oh, well, look, you know, we've gotten rid of, look at how effective this was of getting rid of chickenpox.
	He goes, okay, let's talk about that.
	Chickenpox. He goes, you know, in their trial, they got rid of chickenpox, but you know what happened?
	They had a massive epidemic of shingles afterwards, and that's far worse than chickenpox.
	He says, I'm not saying that you can't stop these things.
	I'm saying they give you other side effects, adverse effects, that can be worse than what you were trying to inject people for.
	And he said none of this stuff is tested.
	That got them really upset.
	Because no, as I said earlier, we had a lawsuit that showed us all this stuff.
	Well, we don't have it. They've also not done anything to investigate the after effects of this.
	He was talking about none of these vaccines have had placebo tests before they've rolled them out.
	Just like you have to do with every other drug.
	They don't do that with the vaccines, he said.
	And then what he did not talk about, but he has talked about in the past, is the fact they also sued about the fact that the VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, that has been, we've been front and center.
	You see more people injured and killed with this than all of the vaccines for all of the time that they've been collecting these statistics.
	But they never did anything with the statistics.
	The purpose of the VAERS database Was to make vaccines safer.
	They were supposed to collect these adverse events and then say, oh, there's something happening here.
	Let's take a closer look at this vaccine.
	So even though they don't do the test before they roll it out, oh, well, we'll do the test afterwards with the VAERS stuff.
	And for 35-plus years, they've been doing the same thing they've been doing with these Trump shots.
	They collect the information and then say, oh, never mind, I don't care.
	They said, show us anything that you've done.
	Well, I'm not going to show it to you. They sued him.
	The judge said, you have to show it to him.
	Freedom of Information Act.
	They came back and said, we haven't done anything with it.
	Nothing. We don't care.
	See, that's the issue. The facts were on his side.
	And the truth was on his side.
	Now, issues are important.
	And they are the most important thing.
	I agree with him that we've got to get past this division stuff.
	But that doesn't mean the issues are not important.
	They're very important. And so there was an interesting back and forth about gun control.
	And he began by saying the same stuff that he said about a month ago, June the 5th.
	He had that Twitter Spaces thing that Elon Musk did.
	And I actually wrote a substack on it at the time.
	Breaking, RFK Jr.
	makes startling response to gun control.
	And I thought it was very good because he brought in the SSRI stuff.
	And saying things like, kids were bringing guns to school all the time for target practice and, you know, ROTC or the Rifle Club or whatever.
	I'm the same age as he is, essentially.
	He's a year older than me. And I saw that as well.
	And he said they didn't turn the guns on other students.
	He says, why is this happening?
	Why is it happening in America when you've got other armed societies like Switzerland that this is not happening?
	And he takes it back to the SSRIs.
	And that was excellent. That's what I said.
	I'm happy that he's running as a candidate because he's saying some very important things that nobody else talks about, except the alternative media.
	I've talked about these issues forever.
	But none of these politicians will go there.
	And it's important to have these discussions.
	So I think his candidacy is very important.
	And he went on to say some other things.
	You know, he said, I'm a constitutional absolutist.
	And I said, well, yeah, they all say that.
	But then they talk about killing the Second Amendment by death of a thousand cuts, a thousand infringements.
	And so he said, he went on to say, The Supreme Court has ruled, quote, in a very expansive interpretation of the right to own a gun.
	I don't know if he said that on this one.
	I've got a clip of what he had to say, though, about gun bans.
	Finally, the Democrat, the Kennedy and him, came through.
	But he said, the Supreme Court has ruled in a very expansive interpretation of the right to own a gun.
	I said he offered an olive branch by pointing out the death of his father and his uncle by guns.
	But then he said, I know as president...
	I agree that he doesn't have the power, I said, but it is not because of the Supreme Court's decision, but because the Constitution recognizes as a God-given right The individual right to keep and bear arms.
	All of the Bill of Rights is about individual rights until you get down to 9 and 10.
	And that's where it's saying, by the way, if we left anything out, you know, you don't have it.
	You've got to have it explicitly given to you, that type of thing.
	But the first eight are all about individual rights.
	They're not about collective rights.
	They're not about the National Guard.
	None of that stuff. And so the reason we have those rights is because they're God-given rights.
	The Second Amendment is a prohibition from the government even infringing on it, even getting around the edge of it.
	And so that was bothersome.
	That's his idea of it.
	And then he went on to say, this is what I said June 5th, he goes on to say that taking people's guns, I don't know that that's the right thing now.
	Now. See?
	Now. Because it'll polarize our country.
	It goes on to say, quote, we're living in a time when the Constitution has been under attack, all the other amendments in an unprecedented way, and how that would be seen by people who believe strongly in the Second Amendment as part of a systematic assault on our Bill of Rights.
	But he's waiting. He says, you know, we can do this.
	We have a consensus.
	And I said at the time, you understand that little asterisk there.
	Tells you where he is, and it's very dangerous.
	I'm glad he's talking about the SSRI stuff.
	But he doesn't have a view of the Constitution that is absolutist, in spite of the fact of what he had to say.
	It's not the Constitution that is absolutist, it is the Supreme Court decision.
	If it's the Supreme Court, and we have a consensus, then we can get rid of it.
	Well, yes, you can. I mean, there is a process for amending the Constitution, and you could get rid of the Second Amendment, but that's not what he's talking about.
	Because he went on to say, as she kept pressing him, On gun control, he ran through these talking points, which again, I agree with those talking points, but then he had this to say.
	Why did this suddenly start?
	Why is it not happening in Switzerland, which has, you know, a comparable number of guns per capita that we have?
	No, we have far more guns per capita.
	We have far more, but they have a lot of guns, and their last school shooting was 21 years ago.
	We're having them every 21 hours.
	We have a few more questions we want to get to, but very quickly, in 10 seconds...
	But do you believe that we shouldn't even look at that issue?
	I want to ask you about the fact that you're running for the Democratic nomination and 77% of Democrats support an assault weapons ban.
	Do you not support an assault weapons ban?
	If we can get a consensus on it, if Republicans and Democrats agreed to it and it passed Congress, I would sign it.
	Okay. My rights are not to be held hostage to a consensus between Republicans and Democrats.
	End of story. End of story.
	That came out at a very bad time for Alex.
	He had just done a video talking about how...
	Here's a video revealed that he is not...

	RFK is not coming for your guns.
	Well, maybe he should actually look at what he has said.
	Maybe he should...
	Be a little bit suspicious of somebody who's a Democrat and a Kennedy in terms of coming at guns.
	Now, Alex is saying that simply because he wets his finger and sticks it in the air to see which way the wind is blowing.
	And the wind is blowing towards RFK Jr.
	And I've said that even though I don't support him, I said I think he's a very strong dark horse candidate.
	Very strong. If Biden is removed, And, um, or term limited by God in some way.
	Uh, you know, it's a long way for the next year and a half for Biden to get there.
	Uh, he's got some legal issues.
	He's got some health issues.
	And I could very easily see RFK Jr.
	beating him. RFK Jr.
	might beat him in his own right, even if he stays in.
	Uh, but if Biden is taken out as an incumbent president and you have, um, Lala Harris or Gavin Newsom, I could easily see RFK beating either one of them.
	And he is able to talk to conservatives and convince them.
	Not that he convinced Alex.
	Alex is just looking at what the group is doing.
	But he's able to reach out to conservatives on enough of these important issues.
	As a matter of fact, I criticized what RFK Jr.
	had to say about the Supreme Court decision on affirmative action.
	And, you know, the few comments that I got, one person says, yeah, but, you know, he can save us from nuclear weapons and nuclear war and, you know, the vaccines and stuff like that.
	That's really important. And it is.
	It is. But again, it comes back to what is, you know, what are you depending on?
	And we'll get to that in just a moment here.
	But anyway, so when asked about assault weapon ban, he sees the Second Amendment as malleable and open to interpretation by the Supreme Court.
	And he believes that if you get a consensus of Republicans and Democrats that the majority of them want to have an assault weapon ban, he'll sign it.
	He'll sign it. This is again the idea that this is a democracy and not a republic.
	That these God-given rights are privileges that we enjoy at the pleasure of government and that they can take it away from us at any point in time.
	And this is fundamentally, now you understand, why he's running as a Democrat.
	He made the statement about the assault weapons ban just minutes after intimating that guns are not a problem.
	That Americans used to bring firearms to school for gun clubs and no one thought of shooting at children.
	This is the comment from Breitbart.
	RFK Jr.'s admission that he would sign an assault weapons ban came just over a week after he used the New Hampshire Town Hall to stand against the idea of taking away guns.
	And, of course, that came right after he had all these same talking points with Musk, with New Hampshire, with And then again, in this one, she kept pressing.
	So he said, yeah, yeah, I'll do it.
	If everybody wants it, I'll do it.
	No, you don't have that power.
	You know, two wolves and a sheep deciding what's for dinner.
	So, anyway, even though he calls himself a constitutional maximalist, I talked about this, and I had these reservations, and I knew that was eventually where he was going to go.
	And also, on Bearing Arms, their headline...
	RFK Jr. Gun control won't reduce gun violence, but let's ban assault weapons anyway.
	That's about it. And unfortunately for Alex, all this stuff happened as he was putting out his video.
	He has not misspoken, as a matter of fact.
	If you look at the people, it's kind of interesting.
	There's a site called I Side With.
	I Side With.
	Very, very, very long questionnaire.
	I've done it in the past. I thought it was interesting.
	It asks you tons and tons of questions about issues.
	And a lot of issues, it'll pull them up and say, how important is this issue to you?
	Because these are things that have been hot-button issues for Republicans and Democrats or people in general.
	You know, like assault weapon ban, for example.
	And you can... Click on that to say, you know, one of, you know, you're neutral on it or you are mildly opposed or strongly opposed or same thing in terms of favor, you know, mildly in favor, strongly in favor, that type of thing.
	You answer all that stuff.
	And then you can tell it who you support for president.
	And sometimes it'll supply answers.
	For the candidates for these things, based on their voting record, if they've got it, based on their statements, if they've got it.
	And if they don't have it, they'll supply an answer for the candidate that's based on the general consensus of people who wanted to, who are supporting that candidate, right?
	And so, for example, you have, should there be more restrictions on the current process of purchasing a gun and so forth?
	And they have RFK Jr.
	down as yes on that.
	And, of course, he has endorsed background checks and other things like that.
	He's fully on board with that as well.
	But in this particular thing, they derive that answer from people who say, well, I'm supporting RFK Jr.
	And then it's a very important issue for them to have background checks and restrictions on gun ownership and all the rest of the stuff.
	And so his supporters, for the most part, expect that to happen.
	And so they'll put that down.
	I expected him to break into this as well because, again, he's running as a Democrat, he's a Kennedy, and I figured that he's going to be...
	He's looking at this point, telling people what they want to hear, trying to bring people together.
	And that's why I said I think he's in a very strong position.
	Biden is weak, could be taken out, and the big obstacle for RFK Jr.
	is to get the nomination.
	After that, the way that he's been talking about these issues, he could shoot to the top.
	Now he's starting to shoot himself in the foot as he starts to talk about things like gun control, things like pro-life issues, things like affirmative action that he weighed in on very strongly yesterday.
	We'll talk about that. And then this, what he had to say about the LGBT. Mr.
	Kennedy, I have a question. You recently agreed and then withdrew that agreement to speak before a group named the Moms for Liberty.
	They are a right-wing group that would like to tell other parents how to do their own children, but you agreed to do that.
	You have mentioned your uncle and your father, but you've not mentioned Ted Kennedy, who I worked with the United States Senate for six years and his staff on these issues.
	There was no bigger champion or stalwart for LGBTQ equality than Ted Kennedy, the late Ted Kennedy, and you know that.
	Explain to me why, as a Democratic voter, I should ever support you in a primary against any other Democrat when you agreed to speak before a group that wants to ban my marriage and tell other parents how to treat their children.
	No, that is true, actually.
	I'm speaking in front of that group. And when somebody on my staff accepted that invitation, I was unaware of it.
	I need to interrupt you for one second.
	As a former congressional staffer, if somebody who's elected blames staff, that's the wrong answer.
	You have to take responsibility for agreeing to speak before those groups.
	I'm at the beginning of a campaign.
	I have no long-term staff.
	We weren't allowed to even raise money until April 5th.
	So I'm scaling a campaign very, very quickly, and I accept a lot of invitations without the capacity to look into.
	And I know Teddy had 86 members on his staff.
	But when, you know, a member of my staff, through no fault of her own, who's accepted that, and I, when I found out that that was their position, I declined to go.
	Oh, there's nobody, there will be nobody in the Oval Office who is more...
	I'm more supportive of LGBTQ rights than I am.
	I was with Teddy campaigning in the Castro in 1980.
	It was the first political presidential campaign that ever recorded the gay vote.
	It's very important to me.
	It's a civil rights. As important as the civil rights to any other group and their civil rights my family has stood for, has fought for, and I will do the same.
	I made a mistake by accepting that invitation and when I found out those positions, I did not show up.
	Would you denounce what they stand for?
	That's my question. Excuse me?
	Would you denounce what they stand for, Moms for Liberty, is James' question.
	You know, I'm not going to issue a denunciation.
	I'm telling you right now, I don't agree with anybody who says that we shouldn't respect gay rights.
	Okay. All right.
	So, this is about gay rights, right?
	Is that what Moms for Liberty are about?
	No, Moms for Liberty are about pushing against the grooming of children.
	If you go to their Twitter account, you'll see at the very top of it, we don't co-parent with the government.
	This is about the kids.
	This is the usual strategy that these people have done.
	It's like, I'm transgender.
	I can do anything I want, including parading around naked in front of your kids, as we've just seen this month, over and over again.
	Get out of my way.
	I'm transgender. Let me do whatever I want.
	I'm gay. Let me have your kids.
	We're coming for the kids.
	And, of course, he plays along with that.
	Does he really believe that's what this is about?
	Does he really believe, as he said, that this is about LGBT civil rights?
	No. No.
	I mean, he may actually believe that, but that's not what it's about.
	These people, Moms for Liberty, they invited him to speak for the Fourth of July.
	They're at the American Revolution Museum in Philadelphia.
	And the liberals in Philadelphia, Philadelphia is a very leftist city.
	Philadelphia would tar and feather the founders of this country if they had half a chance.
	They would like to remove all of the monuments to them as well.
	And the American Revolution Museum, as they tweeted out, they said, oh, you know, we're going to be here.
	It said, look at what was just done to it.
	Presumably because of the hatred of Moms for Liberty.
	They got into the museum.
	Somebody broke in through the door.
	They got a picture of that. As a matter of fact, here's the door they broke into.
	But they went in. And here is a...
	I think it looks like it's made out of metal.
	But it's a large relief of Washington crossing the Delaware.
	Put spray paint on that.
	They spray painted with graffiti on the outside.
	Washington crossing the Delaware.
	Spray painted that. I'm assuming that's on the outside.
	It's on a brick wall. Maybe that's adjacent to that statue that's there.
	But that's the hatred of the people that goes unpunished.
	They're allowed to use graffiti on pro-life counseling places.
	They're allowed to burn them down.
	The FBI doesn't care.
	They don't even report it as a crime.
	This is Moms for Liberty going to that museum.
	I think they're possibly not even welcome at the museum.
	Kind of like Kirk Cameron taking wholesome books to libraries.
	They don't want him there. They want the drag queen storytime hour stuff.
	But look, we don't co-parent with the government.
	And they don't like the Marxism and the racism.
	And they don't like the sexual grooming of kids.
	And that's what Moms for Liberty is about.
	And that's the group. That when RFK Jr.
	found out about it, he didn't want to talk to them.
	Didn't want to talk to them.
	Oh, he's all about talking to the other side, right?
	As you just heard. But when push comes to shove, he doesn't do it.
	Doesn't do it. And so we have to understand when we look at these different issues, when we look at things like nuclear war, we look at things like vaccine, we have to understand there are imminent problems that are facing us.
	They're right in our face.
	Very big issues.
	But we have to also understand that there is an imminent moral standard that comes from an imminent God.
	And if we do not follow that, quite frankly, I'd much rather face a nuclear war Than God's judgment like he brought on Sodom and Gomorrah.
	God can come after us any number of ways.
	We can look at what is happening to our society with what Moms for Liberty are opposing in the schools.
	And you understand that just the natural consequences of what is being done to our children in schools will destroy this nation and destroy our society and our communities and your family and all the rest of this stuff.
	But God won't necessarily wait for the natural consequences with this thing.
	And when you go back and you look at vaccines, Were we saved from the vaccine stuff by RFK Jr.?
	I appreciate the research that he did, the information that he put out there, but he was not the only one who was fighting this stuff.
	And I don't know how he was on the lockdown stuff.
	I don't know if he was just focusing on the vaccine stuff.
	I was focused on the very beginning on the lockdown stuff.
	We don't need a savior.
	We need information.
	We need critical thinking.
	We need individual action.
	And so this whole idea, well, we've got to have him in there because he's going to save us from nuclear war.
	We've got to have him in there because he's going to save us from vaccines and things like that.
	Now, the important contribution of RFK Jr.
	is when he speaks the truth to people about these things, when he engages in debates, when he calls them out for not engaging in debates.
	But he's not a savior.
	Only God is your savior.
	And you better put him first.
	Over this notion that we've got these immediate problems and we've got to do something about them.
	And we've got to have somebody there who's, no, God is going to do that.
	And let me tell you, all the people who went through this thing, and many of you with us from the very beginning of this, people who stood on their principles, there's nobody that I've talked to, not a single person, who regrets not getting the vaccine.
	Not a single person.
	I've seen and talked to and seen publicly a lot of people who regret having gotten it.
	But nobody regrets not having gotten it.
	They may not be happy about some of the consequences that were forced on them with the coercion and the blackmail of Joe Biden.
	They don't regret not getting it, but it was their decision.
	It was your decision if you didn't get it.
	RFK Jr. didn't come in there and stand and interpose between you and them.
	He didn't come in and talk to the governor or talk to the corporation that you work for or whatever.
	He didn't do that. He was out there talking to people about the dangers of the vaccine and good for that.
	And I applaud him for doing that.
	But if you didn't do it, It's because you stood against this.
	Never forget that. And the reason that they backed down on the masks and on the lockdowns and eventually on the vaccines is because American people stopped following them.
	Why? Because the information finally got out to the people.
	It's very hard to get this information out, but it finally got out to them.
	They've done everything they can to shut down people telling the truth about this stuff.
	But the information got out eventually to people.
	That's the key. The discussion.
	The debate. That's what he's important about.
	But he's not important to stand in the gap for you.
	I've seen people who have shut down their churches because they had gotten misinformation about this from the beginning.
	Because they trusted these people who were liars.
	They have regrets.
	And they won't do it again.
	And that's important.
	You know, God is the God of second chances.
	And, you know, even people who have been physically damaged with this, there is something that is over and above this.
	They've got now immediate problems that are going to affect them perhaps the rest of their life, perhaps shorten their life.
	But we have to not lose sight of what is important.
	And these politicians are not our saviors.
	And these urgent issues...
	are important to talk about.
	But we don't have to compromise our principles.
	And we should never compromise our principles.
	We should never compromise and celebrate this sodomistic attack on our kids because we think this guy, well, you know, I know he's, you know, that's bad, but he's going to save us from nuclear war.
	He's going to save us from the vaccines.
	No, you make that kind of deal with the devil and we are done.
	We are done. It's that kind of compromise with evil that he did that you just heard him do.
	That is fatal to our country.
	And we don't want leaders like that.
	And that information must be opposed.
	And I will oppose that kind of poison that you just heard him say, that kind of spiritual poison.
	I will oppose that as much as I oppose the poison of the Trump shots.

	But they've been laying the groundwork for this stuff for a very long time.
	The target population is attacked psychologically, mentally, spiritually, if you will.
	Because that's the key thing.

	Now the Pride flag is being used as a symbol to encompass all woke concepts into a single organization, including everything from Antifa to BLM to trans.
	The flag no longer represents a civil rights effort.
	Rather, it is a purely political emblem and it is a totem of What is a totem?
	Well, it's a talisman.
	We have totem poles.
	We have all these idols there that they have carved.
	But does it really undermine our civilization?
	He says, well, first of all, and he's got four points.
	The first point is that the basic mantra of pride is, well, pride.
	Pride is a failing.
	Pride is a weakness.
	Pride is not a virtue.
	It's not even a virtue as we come up to 4th of July.
	To say, I'm proud to be an American.
	Be grateful that you're an American.
	Be grateful for the Constitution.
	Be grateful that you were born in this country.
	Be grateful for the founders of this country.
	But don't have pride about it.
	Especially because those things were not things that you created.
	They were given to you.
	Given to me. We all inherited those things.
	Anyway, it's not a virtue.
	He says, I'm not sure why someone would have any pride in their sexual proclivities.
	Being gay does not make you special.
	It makes you a minority.
	But it's not an accomplishment that deserves a parade or an entire month on the calendar.
	The saying that pride comes before the fall exists for a reason.
	Self-aggrandizement is based on zero accomplishment and delusions of entitlement lead to a path of self-destruction.
	Pride has within it seeds of its own self-destruction.
	But the saying, as he has, comes from the Bible, comes from Proverbs.
	And in Proverbs, it doesn't say pride comes before fall.
	It says pride comes before destruction.
	Destruction. Especially a pride in your perversion comes before destruction.
	And a haughty spirit comes before fall.
	They just pull that together.
	But we see the haughty spirit in all of this.
	Secondly, he says, pride activists are rebels without a cause.
	There are no rights under the law in the West that gay and trans people don't have.
	Zero. Zip. In other words, they must now create reasons to rebel out of thin air.
	Well, here's why I would add something here.
	They've got their rights to do whatever they want to.
	They've got their rights to marry each other that was given to them by the Supreme Court.
	I don't recognize that as legitimate marriage.
	I think it's same-sex mirage.
	But nobody is pushing back on them.
	As a matter of fact, they're being lifted up, celebrated, for an entire month.
	They are not an oppressed minority.
	They are a celebrated minority, and that's the whole point.
	This is about domination.
	Every law recently passed, he said, in conservative states dealing with LGBT issues specifically protects children.
	Children. That was what was missing and deliberately missing from that statement.
	That guy, that Ted Kennedy staffer who was talking to RFK, neither one of them talked about the fact that this is about the children right now.
	This is where they have gone.
	And look, folks, if we don't push back against this now, they're very close to normalizing pedophilia.
	You've got the wiener in San Francisco, state senator, who was trying to remove the criminal penalties for pedophilia.
	He's introduced bills to do that.
	They're right at the cusp of making that legitimate.
	And that's why we've got to push back against this.
	And we've got to start asking ourselves, how did we get here?
	How did they play us?
	By using the values of tolerance.
	And we've got to stop saying that we're going to, and this is especially true of Christians who want to be nice and who want to get along with people as much as possible, as much as depends on us, to live peacefully with all people.

	But that is fundamental to every authoritarian society.
	And it has always been the case.
	It has always been a battle between good and evil to get the kids at an early age.
	Train them up in the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it.
	Or... You train them up in the way they should not go.
	You train them up in a way where they are dependent on government, where government is their father, mother, and government is the only thing that they respect and follow.
	And they will respect and follow government regardless of what government tells them to do because they have no moral standards.
	It works both ways.
	The speed at which public schools are now openly embracing far-left ideology, says Brandon Smith, is shocking.
	And it's due to the teachers.
	Public schools have your kids for half the day or more.
	You might be lucky to get a couple of hours with them on average.
	So who's going to be determining their character and what they believe?
	Leftists often argue that children are far more at risk from religious groomers, such as Catholic priests, as if to say, hey, they do it, why can't we?
	He says, but that is false.
	According to studies cataloging child sex crimes, public school teachers, Are 100 times more likely to sexually abuse children than Catholic priests.
	It happens all the time. As a matter of fact, when we were in North Carolina, a friend of mine had a news aggregation site that he was running.

	And he would always put up, not a homeschooler, and then the article.
	Okay. And guess which political party teachers' unions give 94% of their donations to?

	Have you noticed, he said, fourthly, that straight people, especially straight men, are now heavily admonished for any expression of desire, while gay people are allowed to flaunt their sexuality in the streets, even getting naked, even in front of children?
	Imagine if a homosexual were to do that.
	Rather, a heterosexual were to do that.
	Charlie Rose allegedly did that and lost his job just in his office with his employees.
	He should have been kicked out.
	But as I pointed out, you know, the judge that I saw kicked off of the bench in North Carolina, gets drunk at a party, goes out and relieves himself.
	And he got into big trouble with that.
	He wasn't even trying to do anything sexual.
	There is a grotesque double standard that is being put in place which glorifies gay sexuality while straight sexuality is attacked.
	Straight sexuality is treated as unacceptable in this new normal.
	The elephant in the room needs to be addressed.
	And he says that elephant is depopulation.
	Making the West infertile.
	Which I've also said.
	And there's one more point.
	Fifth one. The philosophical crux of the woke color revolution and the trans-activism is the idea of subjective reality.
	There is no objective truth.
	This is what post-modernism means.
	Again, modernism... Was, well, we're going to debate the Bible, so we're going to debate the foundation of our culture, the morality of our culture.
	When they lost that argument, they moved to postmodernism, which said, well, there is no truth.
	I've got a truth, you've got a truth.
	I don't want to debate this anymore.
	We're just going to, you know, there is no truth, so why would we even talk about it?
	Because they lost the argument.
	If identity and biology are subjective, if they are a matter of perception, then what else is a matter of perception?
	If identity is a social construct, then surely a moral compass is a social construct as well.
	And that's what the pride movement is all really about.
	The creation of a morally relativistic society that treats right and wrong as subjective guidelines rather than ancient inborn rules for life.
	And in a morally relative society, collapse is inevitable.
	Inevitable. We know this from history.
	We know this from common sense.
	We know this from God's promises of what he will do to a society like the one that we live in now.
	The one that we have politicians like RFK Jr.
	and Donald Trump and Chris Christie and I could go on and on and on.
	The society that they embrace.
	And you're not going to stop it with the presidential election.
	You're going to stop it at the local level, beginning with you, your family, your community, your county, your state.
	Again, this concentric grassroots pebble that hits the water.
	Maybe the point is to start a war with the establishment thinks that it can finish, or maybe the point is they just want to create more chaos and then swoop in to take over as the dust settles.
	I think it's both of those. And you understand that they want their new society built on the ruins of this society.
	They want their new society in 2030.
	They have a plan. They have not only a plan, but they have a timeline.
	Just as you saw.
	With Alexei Arrestovich in Ukraine, in that interview.
	Well, when are we going to stop having this civil war?
	Can't you stop this civil? No.
	As a matter of fact, it's going to come to a head in three years, he said, in 2019.
	There'll be a war with Russia, and all of Ukraine will be destroyed.
	But the good thing is that we will get into NATO. They're going to do the same thing to our society.
	They've got a timeline just like he did.
	Three years, it's going to happen.
	Boom, it did. And you better understand.
	This is what they're going to pull.
	And they've got any number of politicians out of this current crop that they could use to help them along with this, including Trump.
	Including Trump. And just as we saw when they ran this thing through, it didn't matter globally.
	It didn't matter what party they were.
	It didn't matter who they were. Globalists, anti-globalists, it didn't matter.
	They all did the same thing. And they're all going to be on the same page with this stuff.
	Civil war is imminent, he says, and so we need to focus on what is imminent with an E. The pride movement, color revolution, is a clear psyop, a mind war, that can only lead to the deconstruction of the West if it is not stopped in its tracks.

	As usual, the Babylon Bee distills it pretty well with their headline.
	Democrats are devastated as the Supreme Court bans racism.
	It's just another form of racism.
	Racism is racism, right?
	By banning racism, the extreme right-wing Supreme Court has banned anti-racism, said Congresswoman AOC. This will greatly hinder our ability to tinker with human behavior until everything looks like we think it should in our infinitely wise minds.
	Minorities are nothing without us.
	How will they survive? This is a tragic day for America, of course, as a Babylon Bee writing.
	Experts say this move will allow people to go to college based on their hard work and merit rather than their skin color.
	Finally, realizing Martin Luther King's dream, they also estimated that by 2025, all college students in the country will be Asian.
	Because, again, we're looking at this, there's a lot of Asian people saying, what about us?
	I mean, we're not considered to be a favored minority.
	Walter Williams, the black economist from Georgetown, libertarian economist, used to substitute host for Rush Limbaugh.
	He was always adamantly opposed to this kind of stuff.
	He said, look, people see you.
	He said, I worked really hard. I did this out of merit.
	People see this and they think that I was brought in because of my skin color.
	Thomas Sowell did the same thing as well.

	But let's take a look at what was said with some of this stuff.

	Yesterday, RFK Jr.
	jumped on this Supreme Court decision.
	He said, regarding the Supreme Court banning affirmative action in higher education, I know many Americans feel that purely race-based decisions are unfair.
	Well, yeah.
	However, this feeling misses important context.
	The effects of racist policies going back centuries are now self-perpetuating.
	Well, I retweeted that, and I said, FYI to conservatives who are cheering RFK Jr., you're beginning to see why he's running as a Democrat.
	He tweets in favor of racist admissions, affirmative action.
	Self-perpetuating, he says?
	Well, this form of racism has been going on for over 50 years now.
	Two wrongs don't make a right, especially 50 years of wrongs.
	And it is getting even more egregious as we look at this because now they have added for their diversity and their inclusivity and their so-called equity.
	Remember, equity is not equality.
	You know, equality is equal opportunity.
	Equity is we are going to rig the results to make sure that we have the statistical average.
	Of what it should be here. Which means that it is not, it's anything but equality of opportunity.
	They're going to get predetermined results.
	That's what equity means.
	And so, when I look at this from RFK Jr., he's coming across as just another guilty white liberal.
	Hyper-privileged.
	This guy went to Harvard, right?
	And he's now the rich kid on the block who wants to be accepted by the rest of the kids.
	And it's just another aspect of his character flaws, which I've not talked about.
	You know, the Jeffrey Epstein stuff, the stuff that he talks about, his sexual demons and the rest of this.
	But this is his liberal aspects here.
	And like I said, you know, I had a person who commented, said, David, there's certainly no perfect candidate.
	He's been good in a lot of other issues, including war and vaccines.
	Him winning the Democrat nomination, which won't happen, would start to break the grip of the globalists here over the nation.
	Well, again, as I said before, I think he's very important in the debate.
	The fight is over our minds.
	The fight is over information.
	And he is in that fight, and they're fighting against him to censor him.
	And yet I've not heard him go back and say, you know, I was wrong when I said I wanted to lock up people who disagreed with me about climate alarmism.
	I've not heard that from him.
	Perhaps he has learned that lesson, but he needs to say that.
	And, yeah, it is about, the First Amendment is first for a reason.
	It's first for a reason.
	And as a matter of fact, if you don't have a First Amendment, they can fool you and take away your Second Amendment as well.
	I've often heard it said that the Second Amendment is there to protect the First Amendment.
	I think it's actually the other way around.
	If you don't understand what's going on and you don't understand what their agenda is, you can lose your guns by deception.
	They don't have to take them away by force.
	So what does this actually say?
	This is Harvard. As I pointed out yesterday, Harvard, the oldest private university in the country, began as a seminary, surprisingly enough.
	Look at what has happened.
	That and Yale and Princeton.
	Anyway, it began as a seminary, a private school, and then the other college that was involved in it was UNC Chapel Hill, which is the oldest university.
	A state university.
	And so both of them were part of this.
	As the New American points out, we don't know practically how this is going to work out.
	Because they will, and I've already started, I'll tell you what Harvard thinks is their workaround on this.
	They think they've got a loophole in here.
	And we already saw right after the Bruin decision about the Second Amendment from the Supreme Court shutting down New York, right, in terms of some of their gun control measures.
	They immediately came back and said, well, we're going to set up special sensitive areas, and then we'll ban the guns in those sensitive areas that you talked about.
	They found a loophole, they thought, and came back with it.
	That has not faced a Supreme Court challenge yet, but with these people there, if it comes up, I think, They will shut that down.
	And so immediately after this, after Harvard lost this court case, just like New York State, they came back and said, well, I think we've got a loophole here that we can do something with.
	But first of all, what did they say?
	Citing the 14th Amendment to the federal constitution with precedents going back to Brown v.
	the Board of Education and Plessy v.
	Ferguson, John Roberts, writing for the majority, wrote that, quote, eliminating racial discrimination means eliminating all of it.
	The conclusion reached by the Brown Court was thus unmistakably clear.
	The right to a public education must be made available to all on equal terms.
	And this was a 6-2 decision.
	I don't know who it was that didn't vote.
	As the plaintiffs had argued, no state has any authority under the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.
	To use race as a factor in affording educational opportunities among its citizens.
	The court also explained that the splintered ruling in 1978's University of California v.
	Bakke, that case involved a set-aside admission for people based on skin color.
	And Alan Bakke was trying to get into medical school.
	He had superior test scores to the people that were being brought in for their minority allocation.
	And the court ruled partly for Bakke and partly for the university.
	They said the universities could use race-based admission policies, but that the policy that was used to exclude Bakke did not pass constitutional muster.
	So they said, see, even with that one, that famous case that most people look at it as an opinion that supported a reverse racism, They also said in 2003, in Grutter v.
	Bollinger, endorsed Justice Powell's view that student body diversity is a compelling state interest that can justify the use of race in university admissions.
	So why would that be a compelling interest for the government, diversity?
	Well, don't we want to have a society where everybody has equal opportunity?
	Yeah, we do. And don't we want to have a situation where we don't have a race system or a caste system, where we don't divide people by even attributes that they have no control over, the color of their skin?
	Don't we want to have that?
	And see, that's the problem with these admission policies put in at these liberal universities.
	But again, the way I always looked at this, because this was in place when I was going to college, I don't want to go to an institution that doesn't want me because of the color of my skin.
	Why would I pay these people money?
	They don't have anything I need to know.
	As a matter of fact, oh, well, go to MIT? I don't care about going to MIT. I can buy the textbooks that they use.
	As a matter of fact, I did. I bought textbooks from three different schools, well, the ones for my school as well as two others.
	And I did all the problems in all three of them when I was going through engineering.
	I did that in parallel.
	And I did it because, you know, I'd gone through, I'd kind of skated through high school not doing anything except music and I hated the way they taught math.
	So I had a lot of catching up to do.
	And so I worked really hard with math and with science, and I got all the textbooks I could get a hold of, including the ones that they...
	I don't need to go to Georgia Tech.
	I can get their textbooks. I can do the stuff myself.
	And I don't need to be subjected to the prejudices and the pride of the people at MIT. Anyway, I won't go on that.
	Probably got some listeners who went to MIT. It's great.
	It was just, there was a lot of pride in that.
	A lot of excessive pride in that.
	And I had, like I said, when I went to work for Texas Instruments, I worked with people that were being brought in from all these different countries.
	And so I got to know a lot of people from England.
	There was one person there from England, and I got to know all of her friends that were there as well.
	And that used to work for Texas Instruments in the UK. And were there now in the United States for other reasons.
	And... They got really annoyed.
	They just came across so many people from MIT that were just so full of themselves.
	It's like, oh, MIT, of course, that's what this guy is.
	But anyway, that's beside the point.
	What I'm saying is, these are universities that you don't want to go to anyway.
	And it's gotten so broad, it used to be that it was just the Ivy League, the big-name schools that were like this.
	But now they're all like this, pretty much.
	And so you really want to think about whether or not it's in your best interest Now they're all super expensive.
	It used to be that it was the Ivy League schools that were super, super expensive to go to and super prejudiced.
	And now all of them are super expensive and super prejudiced.
	Do you even want to do that? I know that there's some disciplines where you have to.
	You want to be a lawyer or you want to be a doctor or you want to go into engineering or something.
	You have to do that. But choose wisely.
	It's been 25 years.
	Said the decision. Since Justice Powell first approved the use of race to further an interest in student body diversity.
	That's that 2003 court case.
	Grutter. And we expect that 25 years from now the use of racial preferences will no longer be necessary to further the interest approved today, he said.
	And they said, well, here we are 20 years later and no end is in sight.
	That was from Robert's decision.
	So when is this going to end?
	Like I said, you know, even before I read this, what Robert said, what RFK Jr.
	said, well, you know, we've got to make reparations with this stuff.
	This has been a self-perpetuating thing.
	It's self-perpetuating. How many decades do we have to go with this before it ends?
	At what point do we get parity?
	You know, we've been giving people preferential treatment now for half a century.
	When does that end? In view of the Constitution and the eye of the law, says Roberts, there is in this country no superior dominant ruling class of citizens.
	There is no caste system here.
	Our Constitution is colorblind and neither knows nor tolerates classes among citizens.
	And that's what this is about.
	And it isn't a surprise that this all began with these class-conscious Ivy League schools.
	And liberal schools like that.
	The student must be treated based on his or her experiences as an individual and not on the basis of race, goes the decision, continues.
	Many universities have for too long done just the opposite.
	They have concluded, wrongly, that the touch tone of an individual's identity is not challenges bested skills built or lessons learned, but the color of their skin.
	And so the organization that won this is America First Legalized.
	As a matter of fact, I interviewed one of the lawyers from there a couple of weeks ago.
	They were the people who had the victory over the coach who prayed silently on the field at the 50-yard line after the game and was fired.
	They had a victory with that. There's another case that we were talking to them about.
	And now they have won this.
	And they have also won the other case yesterday, which was done unanimously.
	And that was the one where they...
	Stood up for the postal worker who, I think Seventh-day Adventist, or something, could not work on Sunday.
	It wasn't a Seventh-day Adventist.
	Anyway, it was somebody who could not work on the day that they were going to Saturday or something like that, perhaps.
	Anyway, he had gotten a religious accommodation for that.
	With the post office, and then they changed him to another jurisdiction, and then those supervisors said, no, we're not going to give you that accommodation.
	They won that case unanimously.
	So America First Legal is on a roll.
	They've had several big victories now.
	And they said this.
	We expect many colleges and universities across America to either keep their current policies in place or to do everything they can to work around this ruling so they can continue to discriminate based on race.
	That is why we are officially asking all Americans victimized by racial discrimination from colleges and universities to contact America First Legal immediately.
	This ruling means that we can strike hard legally in our courts now and win major victories.
	Now is the time to wage lawfare against the DEI colossus, the diversity, equity, inclusivity colossus.
	Clarence Thomas had some interesting things to say with this.
	And there was a back and forth. Again, two people voted against this.
	I think it's Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown-Jackson.
	And they got into it.
	And Justice Thomas, she said some things.
	He said some things. It was a back and forth.
	It was pretty interesting.
	What Thomas said was racialism simply cannot be undone by different or more racialism.
	Instead, the solution announced in the second founding is incorporated into our Constitution, that we are all equal and should be treated equally before the law without regard to our race.
	Only that promise can allow us to look past our differing skin colors.
	In fact, all racial categories, he said, are little more than stereotypes.
	Members of the same race do not all share the same exact experience and viewpoints.
	Far from it, said Clarence Thomas.
	A black person from rural Alabama surely has different experiences than a black person from Manhattan or a black first-generation immigrant from Nigeria in the same way that a white person from rural Vermont has a different perspective than a white person from Houston, Texas.
	Racial policy suggests that racial identity alone constitutes the being or the race or the man.
	Let me insert here and say that we're not going to be brought together In terms of this racial divide by Supreme Court decisions or by universities or by DEI policies or any of the rest of this stuff.
	I think what's going to bring us together is a Christian perspective.
	If you go back and you look at the Bible, we all come from Adam, we all come from Noah.
	The Bible says he is made of one blood, all men.
	And Ken Ham has an excellent book about that.
	That answers in Genesis. And he said there are actually two races of men.
	It just depends on which way you're running.
	Are you racing towards God or racing away from Him?
	That's what God sees.
	That's what we should see.
	The human race is the human race.
	Physically, we have the same blood.
	There's a difference in skin color.
	So what? We have a difference in hair color as well.
	Are we going to discriminate on that?
	Are we going to discriminate on hair texture and other things like that?
	We could pick any of these physical characteristics that vary by groups and ethnic groups.
	The Bible speaks about the divisions between people being nations, political, tongues, languages, and tribes, cultures.
	Those are things that truly do divide us.
	What should unite us is our relationship with Christ and that we should see other people as those who Christ died for.
	And so that is the issue.
	If we've got this idea that, hey, the people who really sold us We're the evolutionists.
	Oh, look, we have the Caucasian, the Mongoloid, the Negroid, and then they would rank this, you know, in Asian countries, they would put the Mongoloid race above everybody else, right?
	The Caucasian European countries, they would put the Caucasians ahead of everybody else.
	But this whole idea of races...
	It's like saying, well, these people are fundamentally different.
	They had a different evolutionary path and all the rest of this stuff.
	That is antithetical to what the Bible teaches.
	The Bible teaches that we're all specially created by God and that we all have a common ancestry.
	That's not what the evolutionists teach.
	And if you want to trace it back, it really goes back to that kind of perspective on dividing mankind.
	Oh, those people are not fully human, right?
	Anyway, Clarence Thomas says it's the same naked racism upon which segregation itself was built.
	Small wonder, then, that these policies are leading to increasing racial polarization and friction.
	In evaluating the argument made in the dissenting opinion filed by Brown Jackson, Thomas brings fire.
	He says she goes through and she's got all these statistical relationships based on race and all the rest of this stuff, as well as she is labeling all black people as victims.
	Her desire to do so is unfathomable to me, said Clarence Thomas.
	I cannot deny the great accomplishments of black Americans, including those who succeeded despite long odds.
	None of those statistics are capable of drawing a direct causal link between race.
	Rather than socioeconomic status or any other factor in individual outcomes.
	So Justice Jackson supplies the link herself.
	She says this is all a legacy of slavery.
	This, she claims, locks blacks into a seemingly perpetual inferior caste.
	Such a view is irrational, says Clarence Thomas.
	And by the way, that is the view of RFKJ. There will never be any end to this.
	And this thing is escalating.
	That's where the reparations thing is coming from.
	It's escalating because they want to have a civil war.
	They want to have a race war. Marxists want to use a race war as a means of overthrowing this country.
	It is an insult, said Thomas, to an individual achievement, and it is cancerous to young minds seeking to push through barriers.
	The court's opinion rightly makes clear that grutter is, for all intents and purposes, overruled.
	And it seems that the university's admission policies for what they are, rudderless, race-based preferences designed to ensure a particular racial mix in their entering classes, those policies fly in the face of of our colorblind Constitution and our nation's equality ideal.
	They are plainly and boldly unconstitutional.
	While I am painfully aware of the social and economic ravages which have befallen my race and all who suffer discrimination, I hold our enduring hope that this country will live up to the principles so clearly enunciated in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States that all men are created equal, are equal citizens, and must be treated equally before the law.
	Well, as I have said many times, I think that Clarence Thomas is the best if, not just of the justices that are there now, I think he's better than Scalia.
	Scalia had a lot of issues with Fourth Amendment protections and other things like that.
	I think Clarence Thomas is better.
	As a matter of fact, I think he's the best of these judges in my lifetime.
	Alito is very good.
	Both of them have now come into their own.
	And they are rock solid in terms of the Constitution and individual liberty.
	Now, I say this.
	Watch them go off the rails.
	Because the Supreme Court is like a box of chocolates.
	You never know exactly what you're going to get.
	But they have been very good.
	As a matter of fact, if you look at the statement...

	She talks about colorblindness and she puts it in quotes.
	Oh yeah, that doesn't exist.
	And RFK Jr., he did a series of tweets about this.
	He also puts colorblind in quotes.
	He doesn't like that either.
	RFK Jr. said, colorblind admissions tend to favor those already in the circle of privilege.
	Does it? Does colorblind omissions favor Asians?
	Yes, it does. Are they in the circle of privilege?
	Not really. It favors people like him.
	Who grew up in affluent, connected societies.
	People like him who get to go to Harvard.
	By the way, this clip that several people resurfaced, this was about a kid who was applying for college.
	He was valedictorian, number one in his class.
	He had an ACT score of 35, but because he was a white male, he had all of these elite schools that were turning him away.

	Angry over a police shooting of a 17-year-old.
	The 17-year-old did not have a license.
	He was driving a Mercedes with a Polish license plates.
	He was driving it in the bus lane.
	He ran a red light to avoid being stopped, and then he got stuck in traffic.
	They tried to get him out. He started to use his car as a weapon, I believe.
	I haven't seen the video, but the video did get put on social media.
	It outraged people as to the shooting.
	The shooting wound up being fatal.
	Both officers involved said they drew their guns to prevent him from fleeing.
	I don't know if he was a threat to their life.
	As I said, I've not watched the video.
	But the interesting thing is that now you've got these massive riots that are there.
	This is one of the reasons why the open border immigration is there, to create a race war, race riots.
	The officer who fired a single shot said that he feared that he and his colleague or someone else could be hit by the car.
	They said they felt threatened as the car was driving off.
	So again, like I said, I'm not taking a side in this one way or the other because I haven't had time to take a look at it, but the riots are there.
	Which reminds us of what was happening in the summer of 2020.
	Either way, if you've got a case that is wrongful death, Rioting is not the right way to respond to it.
	Of course, it wasn't the right way in the summer of 2020.
	Jack Posobiec has an exclusive inside story, he says, of how Bill Barr and Chris Wray refused to go after Antifa.
	But the problem is, you know, he creates this situation where they're meeting and they just kind of shake their head, well, there's not really anything we could do about it or whatever.

	And the fact that he wouldn't do anything about it is the key thing to understand.
	Well, as we look at chaos that may be approaching, there may be some big supply chain disruptions as you have the Teamsters who work for UPS are about to go on strike if the deadline today is not met.
	We'll have to see if that is going to happen.
	But I mentioned earlier the man who lost his life savings, and it really is a tragedy.
	The entire crypto site that he went to was fake.
	And they use that to steal his money.
	That's why I said, you know, you know Tony's real, and if you want to hold real money instead of buying crypto from a site that doesn't even exist, that's the problem.
	There's just so many ways that people can be scammed with that.
	I like to keep it simple.
	I like to have something that is tangible, physical, real money, real gold, real silver, and you can find that at davidknight.gold.

	We've got several tales here of the fake internet.
	The inter-fake.
	This is a senior citizen whose restaurant equipment business took a hit from the lockdowns.
	He invested his entire, the Trump lockdowns, he invested his entire life savings into cryptocurrency only to discover that the site that he was using was completely fake.
	Soon after making an account, the L.A.-based businessman was contacted by a representative who gave the name Pavel and who, like Lanceman, spoke Russian and had grown up in the former Soviet Union.
	And so this 74-year-old who had immigrated to the United States, now they didn't raise any red flags with him that this guy was Russian because he was.
	His initial investment was $500.
	And within a week, the dashboard on that website, told him that the money had nearly doubled.
	Soon afterward, he was convinced by Pavel to invest more and more, and ultimately he put his entire life savings of $340,000 into the site.
	And then when he logged in, he saw a very compelling fake platform that looked like money was being deposited.
	But he wasn't the only one who was taken in by the scam.
	Another person, Alexei Madan, A 68-year-old who also grew up in the former Soviet Union was also taken in by these people.
	And again, it just underscores the risk involved.
	And I'm not saying that, you know, crypto is not something that can't be done.
	I'm just saying that there's a lot of ways that you can be skinned as a cat who's trying to do crypto.
	I like to keep it simple.
	And we need to understand that the people who are Skinning cats and doing this type of stuff is not just the fake websites.
	We've got fake fiat currency and the rest of this stuff.

	And right now, the key thing, just as we've seen everybody marching all in lockstep in every single country with the lockdowns and the masks and the vaccines and all the rest of the stuff, now they're all marching in lockstep.
	About censorship and surveillance and IDs and control.
	And he said, and as we were talking about this, he said, Matt Taibbi pointed out that the real goal of these people is to get you to engage in self-censorship.

	And you're afraid of the crowd coming after you.
	That's the key thing. And that's why this is really an individual battle.
	We've got to have, you know, these debates.
	We need to talk about what is being discussed.
	But the key thing is this is all eventually going to come down to each and every one of us refusing to live by this.
	Because when we push back against the mask and we push back against the lockdown, they ease up and they say, okay, well, we're done now.

	That's the key thing. Everything is going to be just wonderful in 2030 when they're in control of everything.

	And one of the people that I had that argument with, I said, I was not going to the chain restaurants.

	And so one of these restaurants that we had been able to eat, it was getting progressively worse.
	It was like we'd had a special event in the fall, and then we went back for our anniversary.
	In the fall, we were okay.
	We went back for our anniversary in January, same restaurant, and they wouldn't let me get seated.
	So I said, let me speak to the owner.
	And he came out, and I said, are you serious?
	Do you really think? No, I don't.
	But you've got to follow the rules.
	I said, well, you're selling the rules that are going to put you out of business.
	And I had to move because...
	I'd promised all these people I was never going to come back into their restaurants.
	All these different places, I couldn't go anywhere there in Texas because I'd promised them all I would never come back and had to live up to the new jurisdiction.
	But that was my favorite thing.
	Absolutely crazy. But you know, the other part of it is...
	I'm sorry, you're 100% wrong.
	Don't you know that you have to wear a mask when you walk into the restaurant, but when you sit down, you can take it off because the virus does not go to table height.
	That's right. What's wrong with you?
	Don't you know that? The first time I did that, I had people applauding me in the restaurant when I left.
	Because they were fed up with this stuff too, but they put the mask on to sit down at the table.
	But you know what they're doing now, just recently, Gerald, they just had somebody who had tuberculosis, and they arrested her because she wouldn't go into quarantine.
	Now, we've had tuberculosis around for a very long time, and, you know, Doc Holliday didn't get arrested by Wyatt Earp because he had tuberculosis.
	But the other thing about this was, and so I think that's a stretch in the first place, but also, if you stop and look at it, We had everybody being locked down that wasn't even sick, right?
	The lockdown was for everybody.
	They didn't even have to presume that you were sick.
	As a matter of fact, you had Cuomo and you had Newsom after Trump did that executive order on Friday the 13th.
	They locked down everybody, and as you pointed out, nobody was dying and nobody was sick at the time, March 13th, when that happened.
	So nobody is sick, nobody is dying, there is no pandemic, and they lock everybody down.
	No tests, you're just locked down.
	It's crazy. Absolutely crazy.
	Let's go back to the pandemic.
	It wasn't a pandemic.
	People are calling it a pandemic.
	99.91% of the people are still alive.
	The people that died from it had pre-existing comorbidities, most of them.
	Elderly people, 60% 1% of all 1-17 year olds hospitalized in America, according to the CDC, were suffering from obesity.
	And the World Health Organization, you mentioned there was hardly anybody dying in March, called it a pandemic in March, when nobody was dying.
	Like 4,000 people out of 8 billion.
	That's right. They called it a pandemic then.
	Oh, and by the way, how about this one?
	When you're in an airplane, you got to wear that mask.
	But when you're eating and drinking, you can take the mask off because the virus doesn't compare to you when you're eating and drinking.

	That's right. And if you argued with them, you get a $20,000 fine in some of these cases.

	I couldn't believe the fines that they were handing out for people who argued about that insane, arbitrary, capricious, authoritarian rule.

	And then they took the regulations off wearing a mask.

	He said, no, you've got to put it on now.
	I said, wait a minute. I said, do I have to wear the mask as I'm at the bar?
	He said, no. I said, but you're telling me that I have to go outside, put a mask on, then I could come back in and come to where I'm at right now?

	But then she got into trouble with social media because she retweeted one of the vaccine critics.
	But I thought, well, I saw this story a while back, and I wonder if the guy's still alive.
	And his name was Mark Boudreaux.
	And he was the designer.
	He'd worked for Hasbro Toys and a whole bunch of things like that.
	He had this big career.
	But he designed and built the Millennium Falcon for Star Wars.
	And so he was famous for that as well.
	And he had been diagnosed with COVID. And they put him on a ventilator.
	And they kept him on a ventilator.
	He was able to survive for a year.
	This is very unusual because usually they kill people when they put them on these ventilators.
	They usually get... We're good to go.
	Of what I've been talking about, the fact that this was financially incentivized medical malpractice, financially incentivized straight out of Washington, straight out of Trump's rules that were then continued by Biden.
	That's why I say the two of these guys are at the top of this thing.
	What is the issue with this stuff?
	It's absolutely criminal what was done.
	And I don't understand why they're not in the doc.
	And when you look at these shots that Trump is so proud of, still bragging about it, He bragged about it with Brett Baer, I think, since we last talked.
	Still bragging about how he saved hundreds of millions of lives and all the rest of this stuff.
	Absolute garbage. And I just can't believe that there isn't a move to declare him and a bunch of other people in every one of these countries as international criminals.
	And I think it's because they were all walking in lockstep.

	With all of the connection with the Titanic and everything, it's very easy for them to make all the news about that, even as more stuff was coming out about Hunter Biden.
	Oh, I just reported today, John Solomon got the phone number for this global burner phone that these guys had, you know, that Biden and Hunter had.
	And he thought, well, let me call that number and see who answers.
	And Joe Biden answered.
	And so it is, you know, the net is circling on him, except that it just highlights the corruption that's in Washington and how these people are going to continue to push us down this road, I think, towards a civil war.
	The thing that concerns me, Gerald, get your take on this.
	My concern about all this is that everybody understands how unequal the prosecution is.
	Most of them don't care about the national security issues.
	They probably care more about the graft and corruption of Biden.
	But the difference between the way these two cases are set up is the real controlling aspect of this.
	And I think they're using Trump and these charges against Trump.
	I think they're trying to push us into a civil war.

	Maybe he was taking a nap and maybe it was CPAP or whatever.
	But they didn't have that in his medical stuff.

	And besides being very unpopular, I surprised some people who interviewed me from the UK. And I told them, I thought it was, I said, if I had to pick somebody at this point in time that I thought would win it, it would be RFK. I said, not that I'm supporting him, but I think, you know, that he's got the best inside shot.
	There's things I don't agree with him with.
	But on major issues, I agree with him on a number of things.
	I mean, none of us are perfect.
	And we have disagreements between ourselves in different issues.
	But to me, there's no better candidate.
	And I really, I honestly believe that if he comes in, it could really change things seriously for the better.
	Well, he certainly is good at rhetorical issues and handling opponents.
	They threw everything they could at him at the News Nation thing.
	And he was able to...
	Of course, they tried to take him down for about 15 minutes on the vaccine issue.
	And, you know, they didn't have any facts.
	You know, she pulled in a doctor to try to take him down.
	But the doctor didn't have any rebuttal to what he said.
	Because the doctor is just doing what the pharmaceutical...
	That's what people are telling him to do.
	He's just taking orders himself, so he's just obeying the chain of command.
	He doesn't know why, and RFK was easily able to take that, and he's a master at rhetoric, I think, really.
	So I think he would do very well in any kind of debate.
	That's why they don't want him to have a debate.

	This guy's father was assassinated and his uncle, the President of the United States, was assassinated.
	This guy's been at the top.
	And he's seen life like none of us have ever could imagine.
	Could you imagine your father and your uncle being assassinated?

	So I really think that he could really turn this country around in a positive way.

	But he's still a Democrat. As he, you know, came out yesterday, he said, well, yeah, if everybody wants an assault weapon ban, if that's a consensus for that, I would sign it.
	And he also came out against...
	The Supreme Court decision on affirmative action.
	He came out against that?

	Put colorblind in quotes, and one person as a comment under that said, that creaking sound that you hear is all those conservatives jumping off of his bandwagon with that.
	So those two things right there, those are going to hurt him.
	I'm against that. Yeah. But again, what other choice do we have?
	There's nothing else. Yeah, I agree.
	I agree. It's a situation where, like I said, I love to have his voice there telling people what's going on with the vaccines.
	But he didn't save anybody with the vaccines.
	The people had to save themselves.
	They needed that information.
	They needed the speech.
	They needed to not have that information censored.
	And he fought against that censorship.
	And he gave people a lot of information that they needed to know what was going on with us.
	But it's going to be ultimately up to us that we're not going to comply with those mask rules, the lockdown rules, the vaccine mandates and coercion.
	We're not going to do that. That ultimately is up to us.
	But we've got to have that information. And that's the important part.
	Of what I think the presidential campaign thing is really about.
	And that is getting people informed about a lot of these issues.
	And I'm glad to see those issues being talked about.
	I'm glad to see him talking about the CIA. I'm glad to see him talking about these endless wars and things like that.

	Your office vacancy rate, meaning the offices are totally vacant, 30% in San Francisco.
	30% in LA. Over 20% in New York City.
	The office occupancy rate, meaning people going back to work, according to CASEL, with a K, CASEL Systems, 50%.
	All the businesses that depended on commuters are going down.
	The people renting all these office spaces say, what do I need?
	I don't need 12 floors anymore.
	Give me three. Come back three days a week.
	Stay home. I have people commuting back and forth.
	They don't have to come in every day.
	So what I'm saying to you, there are going to be huge defaults in the commercial office building sector that are going to bring down the banks like we've never seen before.

	The new take on this is to get everybody excited.
	That was a story that they were able to float, literally, for quite some time, just like they did with the sub.
	I found it a lot less interesting than the sub, especially because we know they've got satellites everywhere.
	But now they're saying, well, you know all that information that they were doing?
	They were doing that with American equipment.
	Shame on us. And how about the new line that they're using for Biden?
	Bidenomics. Yeah.
	How about moronics?
	Biden moronics?
	How about that? Bidenomics.
	I mean, this is the stupidity.
	Look at the clown show.

	Well, you know, the thing is that as bad as his texts were, these texts that they've got, these WhatsApp texts that they've got from Hunter, you know, it's pure gangster with this stuff.
	I'm sitting here with a big guy.
	We're going to be very disappointed.

	Because you don't want to get me angry with you.
	I mean, what kind?
	I mean, this is racketeering, corruption, writ large.
	It's absolutely amazing to me.
	And this just shows how rabidly partisan and easily controlled people are.
	Why can't they distance themselves from that?
	I mean, I'm looking at the same thing with Trump.
	Trump's statements that he got on that recording are so bad that even Alan Dershowitz can't come up with an alibi for him.
	That's getting pretty bad because Alan Dershowitz can be pretty creative with alibis, but even he's looking at this stuff and saying, well, maybe his only defense is to say that they were declassified in reality and he thought they were classified.
	That's what he's coming up with as a defense, Gerald.
	It's amazing. Yeah, Operation Warp Speed.
	Remember that one? Oh, yeah.
	Oh, yeah. Yeah, by the way.
	You don't want to get an Operation Warp Speed inoculation?
	Oh, you remember No Jab, No Jobs?
	Remember that one? Oh, yeah.
	That's right. Well, the admiral who was running that, the guy who was going to deliver it all, Admiral Brett Grar or whatever, he's now coming out and pointing fingers.
	Because he's saying, well, you know, this is, again, going back to this Wuhan lab thing.
	He's pointing fingers at people because he's trying to distance himself from all this stuff.
	Oh, it was the Chinese, and it was the NIH, and it was Fauci, and all the rest of them.
	Yeah, it's pretty crazy, but at least, you know, we got them on the run.
	At least they know what was going on with it.
	Sorry, go ahead. When all else fails, they take you to war, and that's my major concern right now.
	That's key. That's key. And they've got to do that.
	Ramping it up and ramping it up and ramping up.
	And they've got to escalate it as well because they're getting close to their deadline of 2030.
