You're listening to The David Knight Show.
As the clock strikes 13, it's Tuesday, the 2nd the 2nd of May, year of our Lord, 2023.
You know, we're getting pretty close to that 2030 date.
And that means if you stop and think about it, after this next election in 2024, we're going to have somebody who's going to take us right up to the cusp.
I've said many times that I believe that they want to have their society 2030 built or building, which means that they've got to take down what we have now in order to meet their timeline of their utopia, our dystopia by 2030.
And of course, whoever is in the White House is going to be in a very good position to help them with that.
We'll talk about that later.
To begin with, stay with us.
We'll be right back. Well,
it's a famous expression from J.R.R. Tolkien.
Not all who wander are lost.
I've got that in several different forms around here in the house.
But sometimes those who wander are lost.
As we see President Biden here as he is awkwardly walking away from a presentation.
They wanted to give him a football.
They wanted to give him a helmet and a jersey.
He takes the jersey and kind of walks away.
Everybody is astonished at what is happening.
Isn't that kind of, in a nutshell, our aimless election?
Where we have these stage puppets who seem aimless and without direction.
Of course, we showed you the other day his cheat sheets.
They got the picture of the journalist and her name and the question she's going to ask and his response to it.
And you do this and you sit down and then you call this person.
I guess it was too awkward for him to have a cheat sheet there.
What you just saw there, and I'll play it again as I narrate it, he was supposed to present the Air Force football team with a Commander-in-Chief trophy at the White House.
This was on Saturday.
After giving a speech, he wandered off aimlessly, leaving a bewildered crowd behind.
The team attempted to give him a jersey, a helmet, and a team-signed football.
The President took the jersey in hand, abruptly leaving all the other gifts.
Awkwardly shuffling away, because he doesn't walk, he shuffles now, with a dazed expression.
As I said as we began, this next present is going to take us from 2024 to 2028.
And I should say from 2025, more accurately, to the very beginning of 2029.
And... That is right at the cusp of where they want this to happen.
And I don't think that they want society taken down by 2030.
I think they want society taken down the Great Reset and then the Great Rebuild into a wall-less prison, a wall-less digital prison.
Do you think that's possible?
I mean, that's a whole four or five years from now, right?
Look at what happened in just one year, in 2020.
Look what happened in just one year under Trump.
Who is being pushed to the front again by these people?
How convenient that you can position yourself as the antithesis of the globalists and then enact all of the globalist agenda.
You can position yourself as a candidate to say that you have some questions about the safety and efficacy of vaccines.
And then you can use RFK Jr.
to bid up your price and have them buy you off so that you can put in one of the big pharmaceutical CEOs as the head of HHS. And by the way, Alex Azars, the former CEO of Eli Lilly, That emergency order that he put in in January of 2020 is still there.
It wasn't a pandemic.
Nobody had died here.
It was in January.
You had only three or four supposed deaths with or from COVID in all of China.
That was it. Nothing had pretended to have happened in Italy.
Certainly nothing had happened here.
But Alex Azar declared an emergency, and that emergency still stands.
And by the way, the FDA is now saying, well, we don't care if we have an emergency.
We're going to keep emergency use authorization.
We're just going to get rid of this whole procedure of saying that we're going to do tests for safety and efficacy.
So what is it going to look like when they put us in 2030?
Well, 2030 was always sold not as a precaution against the pandemic.
As we've seen, you know, they can keep that thing going for a couple of years, but they can't make it permanent.
They've got to have the climate MacGuffin to make it permanent, to make it a way of life, you see.
That's why I say, don't dismiss this.
Don't fall for the fact that RFK Jr.
opposed the vaccine mandates.
But he's fully on board with climate change.
And I'll tell you why I still think that he is in a minute.
But what does it look like?
What does it look like to force us into austerity and slavery?
Well, no bricks, no glass, no cement.
What Net Zero 2050 demands.
That's exactly it.
This is coming out of the UK. This is a document produced by the conservative Tory government about how we've got to live our lives without any bricks.
I mean, this is getting back to the story of Moses and the slaves in Egypt, right?
Well, I want you to build those pyramids, but you've got to make your own bricks.
I know why you do it, because we don't like it, right?
So we're going to have to build our own buildings, but we'll have to do it without any bricks or glass or cement.
The walls and foundations will be made out of compacted earth.
Actually, that is what a brick is, you know.
Go to Williamsburg, Colonial Williamsburg, you can see them.
They make their own bricks.
They split their own rails for the fences and all the rest of the stuff and the wood.
They do it according to the way that it was done in the 18th century, in about the mid-1700s, which is what they're trying to reproduce, their colonial Williamsburg.
And, of course, they would want it before the American Revolution.
Because it's funded by the Rockefellers, you know.
Let's keep the city of London in charge here.
But, no, when you look at how they're building everything, they'll go in, they'll grab a bunch of mud, and then they'll put it out, you know, do whatever they need to do.
Put it in the sun, dry it, bake it, all the rest of the stuff.
But I don't know, you can't really make the bricks without heat.
And you can't make...
Iron either. Or glass.
Or cement. Oh, it's going to have some kind of emissions or something?
And you've got to heat something up?
No, you can't have that. Can't have that at all.
We'll all die. If you light a fire, we'll die.
We'll die from the emissions.
We'll die from the heat. So, no bricks.
Walls and foundations made out of compacted earth.
Cement made from clay.
Glass scavenged.
From demolition skips.
So, that's the way they put it there.
We'll have plenty of broken glass around after the riots and the wars.
Maybe even a world war that they plan on pushing against us.
Just some of the construction changes needed to comply with Net Zero by 2050.
The latest paper from a government-funded organization, UK Fires.
F-I-R-E-S. Except that they don't want to have any fires.
They want to, quote, minimize new construction and said that the shape of the urban environment will change, allowing for denser living and reduced transport needs because you'll be in an open-air prison.
You don't need to go anywhere. None at all.
The latest UK Fires paper seems to have slipped out quietly at the end of last year.
It has drawn, to date, little publicity, but the group, which comprises a number of academics, Led by Cambridge engineering professor Julian Allwood made headlines around the world recently with a previous work that noted that all flying and all shipping must stop by 2050.
This is already being enacted in California.
They just announced this week, well, we're going to put an end to all diesel trucks, the big rigs.
Are there any other kinds of trucks like that?
Well, no. And we are going to put an end to diesel trains as well.
And, of course, you know they're going to stop the flying of merchandise around as well.
They don't want supply chains.
They want us in chains.
So... All flying and all shipping must stop by 2050.
Beef and lamb must be banned.
And only 60% of energy will be available to cook, food, and heat homes.
Now, it's not just this group.
This is not some fringe environmentalist group that is out there.
The same thing is being said by C40s.
And that began as C20, 20 very large cities.
New York and London were at the center of it.
As a matter of fact, it was the mayor of London.
And then it really got big under Bloomberg.
He adopted it right away in New York City.
It was C20 at that time.
Then it went to C40. Now it's up to 100.
It's 99, actually, cities.
And they have the same things.
No flying, no shipping, no beef or lamb.
They say also no dairy.
Right? You'll eat bugs if you eat.
Maybe you'll have to catch them yourself.
Because, you know, they don't want to process them and ship them to you.
Right? There's no shipping. So, you know, you're on your own.
Catch your own bugs. Only 60% of energy will be available to cook food or to heat homes.
The group which received 5 million pounds from the government, and that would be The quote-unquote conservative Tory government of Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak.
Rishi Rich, they're globalists.
They're both globalists. And so it bases its recommendation on the brutal and many would argue honest reality of absolute net zero.
Yeah, absolute zero.
Lord Kelvin, bring him back, right?
Absolute zero is where they want to take us.
Zero everything. Zero the population is really what they're after.
It does not assume that technological processes will still be perfected or even invented that will somehow lead to minimal disturbance and comfortable industrialized lifestyles.
You see, For the longest time, they've been saying, well, I don't care if it's not ready.
I don't care if you don't have anything yet.
I'm just going to decree it, you know, like Pharaoh.
Make it so! Let it be written.
Let it be done. The Starship Enterprise.
Make it so. They just dictate, right?
Leave it up to us to figure it out.
We can't figure it out. Hey, we'll just do it out, right?
Figure it out or do without.
That's their motto. Well, these people say, we don't even care.
Just going to take it out. See, if you want to know where RFK Jr.
stands on the climate stuff, all this thing about, you know, the interview that I talked about yesterday, Kim Iverson, she said, well, you know, there's a difference between pollution and climate change.
Yes, there is. The EPA was created to solve pollution, and it pivoted to climate change.
And if you want to know where RFK Jr.
is, ask him where he is on net zero.
Don't ask him about climate change.
As a matter of fact, I think that he has very cleverly dodged this issue.
When asked about it, he pivots and starts talking about free markets.
And he said, you know, if we have free market capitalism, there's not going to be pollution because people don't want that.
And that is something that is going to satisfy.
I've seen him mention that he talked about this in his introductory speech.
He talked about it with Kim Iverson.
Most people are not going to ask him about that, probably.
And he's talking about pollution versus climate change.
He's talking about subsidies.
Let me just say this, and he complains this other, you show me some pollution and I'll show you somebody that's being subsidized in the oil business, right?
It's silent about all these other subsidies.
Do you realize that there's not a single activity in the United States that some group or corporation is involved in that's not subsidized?
Disney used to even get subsidies for its fireworks.
Everything in the U.S. is subsidized.
Boys and girls' showers and locker rooms is subsidized by the federal government.
Everything is subsidized.
The lockdown was subsidized by Trump.
All the public health orders, I'm sorry, recommendations by Fauci, those were all subsidized.
CMS was subsidizing compliance by hospitals.
You point at somebody and you say that they are suffering from COVID and we'll give you money.
And we'll give you bonuses on everything that you do.
So everything is subsidized in the United States.
Why would you single out oil and not talk about all the green subsidies?
Has RFK Jr. ever heard about Solyndra?
Have you? All these other things.
So that is a dodge to talk about free markets versus subsidies.
I don't like crony capitalism.
It ought to be ended. But that's not the only place, and that's not the only energy industry.
Oil, or what they would call fossil fuels, natural gas, that type of thing.
Natural gas, coal, oil, they call that fossil fuels.
It's not fossil fuels. Fossil fuels and peak oil was something that the CIA created.
That's a narrative from the CIA that RFK Jr.
says he opposes. They were the ones who started all this stuff.
Peak oil. Absolute nonsense.
And so, it's just any organic material that you can redo.
Anyway, so when you talk about this, everything is subsidized.
Trains are subsidized.
Airplanes are subsidized.
Our transportation is subsidized.
The highways, you can say highways are subsidized.
So we've got to stop that, right?
That's a dodge. Let me tell you the difference between pollution and between climate change.
Pollution is objectively determined.
It can be observed.
And it is undesirable.
I see that stuff in the water.
I don't want it. Let's get it out.
Okay? Climate change, however, is not objective.
It's subjective. It's not observable.
You can't see it. All of their prophecies about coral reefs disappearing and the polar ice caps disappearing.
That's not true.
Glaciers disappearing.
Not true. You can't see it because it doesn't exist.
So it's not observable.
And it's not that it's something dirty in the water or dirty on the ground or it's trash or something like that.
No. They want to get rid of CO2. Which is desirable, not undesirable.
CO2 is good.
We want CO2 for plants.
And there's not that much CO2 anyway.
All of the CO2 is 0.04% of the atmosphere.
It's not going to change our climate.
That is so minuscule compared to what the sun does.
Just think about that.
We've got our seasons. You want to talk about climates?
You know, you want to talk about, you know, our climate changes based on the tilt of the earth a little bit as we go around the sun.
You have, as you move away from the equator, you get just slightly further away from the sun.
Big difference in climate there.
Sun drives the climate.
So, to say that this is going to be subsidies...
You know, we want to address climate change by ending subsidies and ending crony capitalism.
That's a dodge. He's not saying any of that.
He doesn't criticize any green organizations about that.
No, you want to know where he is, ask him about net zero.
Because again, net zero is already happening in California.
They're banning trucks, diesel trucks.
They're banning trains.
New York is going to ban gas in all new construction.
They're right on the cusp of this.
They've been talking about it for a while.
But before I leave the UK, UK fires seize the future of construction based on stone, earth, and timber.
So they want to take us back to the Middle Ages.
Along with components that are, quote, reused and repurposed from demolition or maybe from war.
Would that be what it is? War?
We could call this the environmental version of the broken glass fallacy.
That's a good thing. We're going to have all this broken glass around.
Because they're going to hit us with that too.
Recycled steel, cement, and bricks can be used, although this will be constrained.
Rationed might be a better word, says the Daily Skeptic.
Yeah, because how are you going to recycle something without energy, right?
And energy is going to be constrained.
Energy is going to be rationed.
As they say in the UK Fires paper, non-emitting electricity will be under high demand.
Well, that's going to be under very high demand because the capacity is going to decrease and they're putting everything on the grid.
So it will be constrained.
It will be rationed under very high demand.
The UK's ambitious target, a 45% reduction in emissions by 2030, can only be achieved through reduced material demand.
So you can add bricks and glass and stuff like that.
To the things that they want to ban, right?
They want to ban our food, our milk, and everything else.
Everything. Travel, you name it.
But even construction materials, as I've said before.
So New York wants to be the first statewide law To ban gas and new construction, this is, as they put it, a handshake agreement.
This is how AP reports it.
A handshake agreement between Governor Hochulberry.
I like the way Charles Lenty puts it.
Hochulberry. I'm your Hochulberry.
Whatever that means.
Huckleberry announced that she and state lawmakers had reached an agreement by handshake on Thursday.
And all that remains to be done is just the formalities of voting and signing.
The law would effectively require that most new buildings go all electric with heat pumps and induction stoves for heating and cooking.
Part of a national movement.
And it's interesting in this AP thing, they say, well, there's a battle going back and forth between the environmentalists and the people in industry.
And they're saying that these heat pumps just don't work.
It gets cold in New York.
And even though we've been in mid-Atlantic climates, we've had heat pumps.
We were talked into it against our better judgment when we built a house from scratch in North Carolina.
The house that we moved into here has a heat pump in it.
You've got to have a fire in order to get warm.
You've got to burn something.
It's just that simple.
They work great until the temperature gets down to, you know, the low 40s.
Then forget about it. It's going to be blowing cold.
You're going to have to light a fire.
And that happens a lot in New York.
Especially we're talking about the entire state of New York.
It gets very cold in upstate New York.
Can you imagine these poor people shivering with a heat pump up in Buffalo?
I don't imagine that Governor Hochul is going to be carrying Buffalo after this happens.
No. The exact terms have not been made public.
Environmental advocates say the gas ban will take effect in 2026.
It's coming pretty soon. 2026.
For most new buildings under seven stories, 2029 just before 2030, you see.
For taller buildings...
That's the same timeline that the governor had put out there.
Some states have used their building codes to restrict natural gas hookups, but New York would be the first one to apply the ban in state law.
So some of them typically do it through building code, through regulations, without representation.
Regulation and prohibition without representation.
That's the way Washington state did it.
That's the way California did it.
But they're so crazy in New York that the politicians there want the credit for this.
In Washington, they put it in the building code.
Same thing in California.
A gas ban supporter said the state's agreement is modeled on a law that New York City passed two years ago under Marxist Mayor Bill de Blasio.
Across the nation, the natural gas industry, says the Associated Press, and environmental activists have battled over the effectiveness of the electric heat pumps.
Well, there's no question about it.
And it really isn't for the government to decide.
That is something we should be able to decide.
But we can't decide that if we're going to play along with the fact that there's some kind that we're all going to die if there's too much CO2 or whatever the gas of the week is.
It could be nitrogen, it could be methane, it could be CO2. These gases are going to kill us, right?
If we're going to play along with that, we're going to accept that premise, we're done.
We're done. Now they got us arguing over how many angels fit on the head of a pen.
And we're done. So, they say that good news is, for us, they didn't see it as good news because it's Associated Press.
I said earlier this month, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Ninth Circuit, the clown court, liberal Ninth Circuit, the Ninth Circuit struck down the city of Berkeley's first-in-the-nation gas ban.
And so, we'll see what happens.
They're not in the same jurisdiction as the Ninth Circuit, but we'll see if government can ban whatever they wish, right?
And, you know, I've been talking about this for the longest time in the context of drugs that I don't use, I don't support, but the principle remains the same.
And the principle is important.
The federal government In the case of the war on drugs, the federal government has no authority.
Everybody agreed that the federal government had no authority to ban alcohol.
So they had two constitutional amendments, the 18th to prohibit it and the 21st to get rid of the 18th amendment.
But they had respect for the Constitution that we don't have now.
Now they say, well, we can do it because we've got the Drug Enforcement Agency and they can just do whatever they want.
When we get rid of the Constitution, when we get rid of the rule of law, when we get rid of the things that are designed to protect our freedoms, then these people rule as dictators.
And that's where we are now.
You go from banning marijuana to banning gas heat furnaces.
We got not reefer madness, but we got heater madness.
We got CO2 madness that is coming out of the environmentalists.
New Yorkers who currently warm their homes with gas-burning boilers and furnaces and cook their meals on gas stoves will not be affected.
Well, I think they will be.
Because you understand that the next step that they're going to do is to, they say, well, we're just grandfathered in.
Then what they will do is they'll start applying regulations to the people who are supplying the gas, the natural gas for the heaters and the furnaces and things like that.
And they'll make it more difficult, more expensive for them to do business.
The people will see the cost of this going up.
And they'll say, oh, I can't afford that.
And so, you know, they'll throw in the towel.
And they'll buy the lie like we did once upon a time.
Oh, yeah, you know, I mean, even in North Carolina where the winters are not that severe.
The heat pump just couldn't hack it.
Oh, it's all different now.
The technology's changed.
And I'm sure somebody will write me and tell me the technology has changed.
Okay. Well, I know one that works.
And I don't want to bet the farm, you know, once you make that investment in a house, it's too late, you know?
Well, Donald Trump is on the campaign trail talking about somebody who is...
Aimlessly wandering around.
He's aimlessly wandering around for an issue.
Trump just doesn't seem to understand what any of these big existential issues are.
At least RFK Jr.
does. He's savvy enough to talk about the issues, the censorship, the free speech issue, although again, the questions remain.
Has he pulled back from his call for censorship and imprisonment of people who disagree with him on this climate MacGuffin nonsense?
So, but still, he sees that.
He sees the corporatism that is there, these other issues.
Trump is thrashing around, trying to find something.
He's proposed smart cities that he's going to put on federal land and all the rest of this stuff.
Kind of gives you an idea of where he's coming from.
Now, he says, when it comes to abortion, he says, we'll get something done.
He doesn't want to rest on his laurels.
You know, the standard thing since we had Roe v.
Wade in 73 and then, you know, was kicking around.
And by 1980, the idea was, well, prior to 1980, prior to Reagan, the idea had been, well, we need to firm up the states about enforcing the Tenth Amendment.
The federal government can't define when life begins.
They don't have the authority to do that anymore, and they have the authority to prohibit alcohol or to prohibit beef or dairy or travel or diesel trucks or anything like that.
The states are just doing this now as a lab, and the Democrats want the federal government to do this as well.
Well, the federal government doesn't have the authority.
That it's a violation of our individual rights for the states to do it, and all the state officials have signed on to the Bill of Rights that is in the Constitution.
That's a more difficult argument to make.
It's a much easier, more direct argument to make with the Tenth Amendment that the federal government doesn't have authority in these areas.
But that's a slam dunk.
But when you look at the approach, it changed from saying, let's use the Tenth Amendment to stop the federal government, specifically the Supreme Court, from defining when life begins.
And that changed with Reagan.
Everybody said, well, let's get Reagan in there.
He'll put in some great judges, and we'll stop all this.
And then he put in people like, you know, Sandra Day O'Connor and others who are not pro-life.
And so Trump, by some...
Fortunate circumstances.
Providential, perhaps. We had the right lineup of judges to get rid of Roe v.
Wade and to say that the Tenth Amendment applies when it comes to this.
The states can make their own rules about this.
They didn't end abortion anywhere.
They just said, this is not our jurisdiction.
And they were right about that.
And so Trump is now pledging, we'll get something done.
He doesn't want to rest on his laurels.
He should be going around to these pro groups and saying, you know, we got rid of Roe v.
Wade because of what I did. He wants to run from that.
All of his candidates that he endorsed wanted to run from that.
Oz wanted to run from it.
Blake Masters wanted to run from it.
They ran as fast as they could from defending life.
It was simply a political position for them.
They don't have principles.
They have positions.
And they change their positions at will.
They change their positions based on wetting their finger, sticking it into the air, and taking a pull.
And that defines their positions.
They have no principles.
They have no backbone. They can't defend the proposition that we're not going to allow doctors or mothers to chop their babies up.
They can't defend that.
What's the matter with them? That's the easiest thing in the world to defend.
Just show people the pictures of the babies that have been chopped up.
Show them the picture of baby Samuel.
It's easy. You don't even have to talk about it.
Just show what it is. But no.
They could show that video.
It's done by Kevin Sorbo.
The procedure. But they don't want to do that.
And so, you know, Trump is ignoring these existential issues that threaten our life, our nation, our society.
This 2030 agenda, all this globalism, he was part of it.
The universal basic income, CBDC, he doesn't want to oppose any of that stuff.
Instead, he's going to go back and try to make this, like Lindsey Graham, he wants to make abortion a federal issue again.
Hey, pal, don't make a federal case out of it.
That's what we used to say. Now everything's got to be a federal case.
Why? Because of the federal politicians like Trump, like Lindsey Graham.
They want that wedge issue back for their campaigns.
And so what Trump is now proposing, he said, well, let's have a nationwide abortion ban after 15 weeks of pregnancy.
Well, there are 14 states.
Florida just joined the club.
There are 14 states that have set six weeks or earlier as a cutoff date.
Trump wants to move back to 15 weeks.
That was the same thing Lindsey Graham was doing, moving it back.
A lot of these were kicked in right away last year.
As soon as the Supreme Court got rid of Roe v.
Wade, you had a lot of states like Tennessee where they had trigger laws.
They said, when Roe v. Wade goes away, this is going to be what our law is.
Spinelessly running away from the 10th Amendment.
Nevertheless, it went in.
And, you know, the Constitution says you don't have the authority.
Trump, Supreme Court, you don't have the authority.
But see, Trump doesn't care about the Constitution.
If, in fact, he's ever even bothered to look at it.
He doesn't care. In 2016, Trump campaigned to get judges, Supreme Court judges, to get rid of Roe v.
Wade. And now in 2024, he wants the feds back in control.
It's just that simple.
Benedict Donald He says, I know the issue very well.
I think I know the issue better than most, and we'll get that taken care of.
I imagine that's what he says to all the women that he pays abortions for.
He probably does know that better than most people.
He's probably paid for more abortions than most people.
So, he doesn't know the Constitution.
That's what he doesn't know.
And for somebody who is part of the degenerate Epstein cult, Trump, RFK Jr., you got the director of the CIA, you got Noam Chomsky out there, you know, now showing up on his calendar and all the rest of the stuff.
A Goldman Sachs banker who was with the Obama administration, all these different people.
Oh, no, they had nothing at all to do with his sex cult stuff.
Nothing whatsoever.
As a matter of fact, Noam Chomsky got very angry about it.
He said, first of all, it's none of your business.
Secondly, we just talked about political issues and things like that.
Noam Chomsky was the guy in junior high school who told you that he bought Playboy for the interviews.
And he flew with Jeffrey Epstein being anyone to talk politics.
He did it for the interview.
He did it for the interview.
Pro-life advocacy group, Susan B. Anthony, Pro-Life America, the president, The organization's president condemned Trump's view as a morally indefensible position for a self-proclaimed pro-life presidential candidate to hold.
Trump has no principles.
Trump has shifting political positions.
The man is from New York.
He's a New York Democrat.
He's not going to support us on gun control.
He's not going to support us on this abortion issue.
He's not going to support us on any of this stuff.
So Trump went on to say, I will stand proudly in defense of innocent life, After 15 weeks.
Just as I did for four very powerful, strong years, because every child is a sacred gift from God.
That is, after an arbitrary date, an age that Trump will set.
After that arbitrary age that Trump sets, then those kids are a sacred gift from God.
But not before. And so there's a lot of work to be done on abortion.
It's failed in South Carolina.
It's failed in Nebraska.
Where do they have Republican legislatures?
In both cases, it failed by a single vote.
And in one of these cases in Nebraska, the person who voted against it is 80 years old.
A Republican senator.
Merv Reepy.
I think is the way he pronounced his last name.
But Senator Merv.
Merv Griffin. Oh, really?
Oh, yeah. Anyway, 80 years old, and he said when he voted against it, he had signed on to it.
And then at the last minute, he changed his mind and moved away from this bill.
It was going to ban abortions at six weeks.
And he came up with a proposed amendment.
Let's change it to 12 weeks.
And let's add an exception for fetal anomalies.
Oh, like what? Kill Downs kids or something with that?
Are you? And he's 80 years old and he says, that last election that I had, oh, I almost didn't win it.
They used the abortion issue against me.
So obviously he doesn't care about pro-life.
He doesn't understand it.
He's not going to defend it.
He doesn't know or care about the life of the baby.
What does he care about? He cares about his political career.
And he's 80 years old!
He's like all these people.
They think they're never going to die.
It's amazing. You saw that with Darth Vader Ginsburg.
You see that now with Dianne Feinstein.
You see it with Joe Biden.
You see it with Trump.
Trump's not showing any signs of cognitive problems as the other three are.
But they don't think they're ever going to die.
They're just going to keep running.
So this 80-year-old Republican who had some stiff competition because some woman ran against him on the issue of abortion.
Well, he wants to pull back from this.
Why? Why? For his personal benefit, he doesn't care about the children and what happens to them.
Well, he's 80 years old.
He will soon not be answering to his constituents, but he'll be answering to God.
So, the AP says that in their poll, and of course you can trust the Associated Press.
They would never be skewed politically to one side or the other.
In their poll, and we don't know what the question was, Because you can get the answer you want in a lot of different ways.
Part of it is the way you phrase the question.
You can be very scientific about how you get a random sampling of people, but you can skew the results by the question that you put out there.
But they claim that only about 10% of voters, including Republicans, believe that abortion should be illegal in all cases.
Which brings us to the point, that's the problem with democracy.
It's two wolves and a baby, and the wolves are deciding what is convenient and what should be for dinner.
Morality is not determined by a majority vote.
It has to be some objective standard that is out there.
And we have to have some leaders who are going to hold up an objective standard.
Either life matters or it doesn't.
Either it's okay to kill people that are inconvenient or have a disease or something, or it isn't.
You either do it, you do it to everybody is where it's going to happen.
It's going to be at the beginning of life, it'll be at the end of life, it'll be at the middle of life.
You can tarry shavo people.
If you don't hold life as sacred, you may wind up in a vegetative state with an automobile accident today.
And then somebody can turn away.
The switch off on you.
Either life is sacred or it isn't.
And if it isn't, we've all got a gun pointed to our head by government.
We've all got a gun pointed to our head by our time as well.
Time is running out on each and every one of us.
We're one day closer to our death today than we were yesterday.
So get over it.
Anti-abortion groups demanded...
The immediate resignation of this Republican in Nebraska, but he isn't.
And in South Carolina, where they also had another one of these things, fail by a single vote, they sent around figurines and without a backbone, told Republican legislators, grow a spine.
That's what they need to have.
By the way, speaking of spineless politicians, we've had Governor Lee reverse course and now signed off on softening the state's strict abortion ban that came in.
And so here we are.
I guess the headline of this would be, Lee surrenders yet again.
Lee surrenders again and again and again and again.
So Trump, who said he didn't want to have a debate, right?
Why did he say he didn't want to have a debate?
Well, I don't want to go on.
These debates are going to be run by these mediators and these anchors who are hostile to me and hostile to MAGA. Why would I do that?
Well, now he's going to participate in the CNN town hall on May 10th.
One of many of these town halls.
He doesn't want to have a debate, but he'll go on CNN. Does he think that they're going to be, they've now suddenly turned pro-Trump and pro-MAGA, and he can handle it?
No, what Trump can't handle, what he's afraid of, are his opponents.
Trump can't handle DeSantis.
He couldn't handle Ramaswamy.
They would mop the floor with him.
All he's got is a bunch of foul-mouthed, hateful insults.
He's got no ideas.
He's got no policies.
They've got ideas and policies.
Whether or not they would do them is another issue.
But, you know, he doesn't want to have a debate.
And that, I think, is the key part of a presidential election.
Because there are already selections.
We don't have honest elections.
All we can do is debate the issues, and now they want to shut that down.
And what may be the last election before our 2030 dystopia?
You realize that? This might be the last one, if they get their way.
We're going to do what we can to make sure that their plans don't come to fruition.
And so hopefully, in seven years, people will be able to say, yeah, David Knight was telling everybody everything was going to change in 2030.
Look, it didn't. Good.
I'll take that. I'll take that.
I hope that that's the way this shakes out.
I hope I'm wrong. But we're going to work on this to make sure that doesn't happen.
Trump has disparaged CNN as an enemy of the people, as fake news, and so that's where he wants to go instead of having a debate.
With other candidates.
You know, we could throw Chris Christie in there or anybody, right?
He doesn't want to debate anybody.
We're going to take a break here in a moment, but before we do, I just want to throw this in real quickly because I had somebody who has been a faithful patron of this show, Christina F., and she said, please cover the RFK Q antics.
We need answers. That was on Cash App, so there's not a lot of room on Cash App to write anything, like an email.
I'm not really sure what she was asking.
I'm guessing. I'm guessing that it's one of two things.
And I don't really think that they apply to RFK. I think it is something, though, that is being used by some people around the campaign.
Going back to August of 2020, RFK Jr.
went to Germany and he spoke to a group there called Querdinkin 7-Eleven.
And the name loosely translates to Thinking Outside the Box 7-Eleven.
Now, I don't know where that comes from.
But you have organizations like the Daily Beast that tried to tie them to QAnon.
About the only tie that you can find is that at one point when the leaders got up and said, you know, where we go one, we go all, that type of thing.
But still, you know, they were not pushing the same kind of Q stuff.
They were having anti-mandate, anti-vaccine rallies.
This, again, is August of 2020 as the mandates were about to roll out.
And we had, at that point in time, We had seven or eight months of experienced people dropping dead, getting vaccinated.
We saw a massive number of vaccine injuries.
So people knew this was really bad.
And in August, we were on the cusp of it being mandated everywhere, not just in the United States.
Understand, this is a global MacGuffin.
And so you had people like Macron, you know, in sync with Biden, Trudeau in sync with Biden, all the rest of the Germans in sync with it.
And so he went there to speak out against it, and so they railed against him as a QAnon supporter because RFK went there to speak against it.
I don't have any problem with that.
But maybe this, and that is the idea that, again, I've not really covered it, it's just so fringe that even some of the Q people are embarrassed to talk about it.
The idea that a lot of them thought that JFK Jr.
was a John John who died in a plane crash along with his wife and another person.
That he did not die in that plane crash.
That he was coming back and he was going to run with President Trump in 2024.
And so you had all these QAnon people putting out t-shirts that said Trump Kennedy 2024.
I think this might be.
What Christina is talking about.
Because that got to be a big thing back in November of 2021.
Trump, Kennedy, Trump, Kennedy.
And it's going to be Trump and JFK Jr.
Well, now that we've got RFK Jr., and I think that this is actually being used by people like Roger Stone, floating the idea, hey, we need to have a Trump-Kennedy ticket.
Roger's pretty clever. He knows how to read the crowd.
He knows how to get supporters there.
And he knows how to walk right up to that line of lunacy and implicitly step over it to bring people in.
And that's what he's doing, in my opinion.
That's what I think is crazy about this.
I don't think RFK Jr.
has anything to do with this. But if you're a deep conspiracy theorist, you might say, well, maybe they were laying the groundwork for this stuff for a couple of years.
They want to bring in, well, it'll be RFK Jr., not JFK Jr.
I don't know. I'm not going to go there.
But the bottom line is that, you know, we saw back in November of 2021 on the anniversary of the JFK assassination, this is the way it was reported by the Washington Post, when 12.30 p.m.
came, the time when Kennedy was shot, they recited the Pledge of Allegiance And the crowd lingered.
Some of them for more than an hour, eventually trickling away.
A few of them vowing that the Kennedy, known as John John, will reappear later in the day, later at night, at a Rolling Stone concert.
I remember that as well.
I didn't even really talk about it at the time.
It's just stupid. Everything about QAnon is stupid.
You're going to have...
QAnon has had more false predictions in a shorter period of time.
Than all these climate doomsayers.
I mean, it's the same time.
If you keep making predictions about stuff that's going to happen and nothing ever comes true, why are we still paying attention to QAnon?
And yet there are people who do.
And from the very beginning, it was a non-starter for me.
Because we're supposed to have some anonymous predictions that are being made in a, you know, Nostradamus kind of quatrain riddle.
Well, you can't pin anybody down to anything when it fails.
And then when somebody says, well, this is what it means, you can always say, well, you misinterpreted what I said.
It was just a joke.
It was just a sigh-up for controlling people from the very beginning.
And so, they said the claim about JFK Jr.
is considered fringe, even for supporters of QAnon.
And they had a guy that they had focused on, and they said, look, you know, this middle-aged guy, he's been going under a different name, but he's really JFK Jr.
And so... This is, I think, maybe what she's talking about.
It's something that I think is interesting, because I'd never really thought about how all these calls from Roger, maybe Alex as well, Bannon, hey, yeah, you know, we'd like to see RFK Jr.
as a vice presidential. We get all these outside...
That was laid by the QAnon people and just hanging on to all of this.
A 2024 ticket with Kennedy Jr.
and Trump. JFK, not RFK. But now we can make that happen.
It is just a dog whistle.
To the nuttiest cute cult people.
Because, you know, they buy storable food and things like that as well.
And we want to have them in our audience.
It's kind of interesting to see the evolution of Tucker, by the way.
Tucker just came out with a clip where he talked to somebody, talked about Building 7.
Now, he didn't really talk about it, that he believes it.
He just said, why are you not allowed to question that?
You lose your job if you question Building 7, that type of thing.
You know, he talks on the edge of these things.
And yet, Tucker was praised when he became one of the biggest debunkers of 9-11 truth for the last 21 years.
22 years. Now, he is switching positions.
Is he going to tell us why his mind changed?
See, that's the problem. When RFK Jr., if he changes on censorship, I mean, he's got a pretty good reason to say that.
Yeah, I used to think that...
You know, people that I disagree with ought to be locked up, but now that that's happened to me, I don't think that's a good idea.
He could say that. He hasn't said it yet.
But when you look at Tucker, you know, he was laughing at it.
They don't even have a good story.
They want to say, well, what's the melting point of steel and all the rest of the stuff.
He goes, give me a break. Those people are just idiots.
That's what he said when he worked at CNN, at MSNBC, the early days of Fox, Tucker held to all that.
Now he's reinventing himself because he's moving into the alt-right space, and that's what his program is going to be when he comes out.
He's going to reinvent himself as a limited hangout Alex Jones.
He's not going to be as nutty as Alex, but that's how he's reinventing himself.
And it'll be, it really truly will be a limited hangout.
His father always worked for Voice of America, a CIA propaganda unit.
And quite frankly, don't trust anybody.
Look, seriously. Don't trust politicians.
As Jefferson said, trust no man.
Bind them down with the chains of the Constitution.
Bind these people who talk to you, including me, right?
You don't agree with me? Fine.
Do your own research.
But, you know, don't trust anybody.
Don't trust anyone.
It is a...
Yeah, don't become a follower like that.
Anyway, Rockfin, Michael Pomeroy.
I said, good morning all.
Here we go again. My oldest wife, not his oldest wife, but his oldest son's wife.
Let's just put it that way. Will be induced this morning.
No emergencies this time.
Just going to get another granddaughter.
Well, let's pray that goes well.
Michael Pomeroy. May God bless that.
Rumble, a conservative thinker.
Thank you for the tip. He says, the planet produces more heat from the core than the sun produces on its surface.
Yeah, the man-made climate change, climate has changed in the past, it's going to change again, and they can't, if the climate is changing, which, again, I haven't been convinced of that evidence.
I have a lot of people say, well, I believe the climate is changing, but it's not man-made.
I don't believe the climate is changing.
I haven't seen good evidence of that.
Objective evidence. Show me the data.
They've hidden the data.
They've predicted what's going to happen, and it hasn't come true.
So I don't believe the climate is changing, and I certainly don't believe that it's being changed by what we are doing.
Also on Rockfin, Audi MRR, that's Modern Retro Radio.
Thank you very much for the tip.
I appreciate that. He says, has RFK Jr.
been asked specifically about the 15-minute city agenda?
No, I don't think so. Mm-mm.
No. A shortcut might be that net zero thing.
You know, let's ask him the net zero.
See if he gets around that. He's not going to respond to any questions from me.
He won't come on my show. But, yeah, I wish somebody would do that.
I thought we were going to get something when Kim Iverson said, you know, what's the difference between pollution and climate change?
He's got subsidies. It's like, no, that's not the difference.
So, anyway, I just want to remind people about, as we're talking about preparing, CivilDefenseManual.com has got some great instructions there.
I would highly recommend that to people on what you can do individually for your food, for energy, for water, for other things.
As a matter of fact, you can see this chapter on water.
You can see that for free if you go there to the site.
Very important that you make the kinds of preparations that you do because look at what they're doing with Net Zero.
Yeah, you're just going to go around and pick up broken glass, and that's what you might use to put together a window.
But I don't know where you're going to get your glue.
We're going to take a quick break and we'll be back.
We're going to take a quick break.
We're going to take a quick break.
Well, we've had, you may have seen this in the news, a Texas murder.
And he killed five people.
The neighbor was complaining.
He went out and he was shooting a gun.
He said, stop doing that, please.
The baby's trying to sleep.
And so then he started shooting the gun at the guy's family.
It didn't hit him, but killed several people in his family.
The youngest one was eight years old.
And the guy has fled.
And it turns out, as you look at these articles, one of the things I think is interesting is, well, he's been deported two times.
He's been deported three times.
He's been deported four times.
Latest thing is, he was deported five times.
Is he going to go up from there?
I don't know. But what does this tell us about gun control?
Should we get rid of the AR-15?
Is that the problem? You know, we had the gun walker program that was under the George W. Bush administration.
Went into the Obama administration.
They changed it to Fast and Furious.
The whole point of that was to build a consensus for stricter information control of gun owners in the United States under the pretense that we've got to control small arms.
The UN had a small arms trade treaty, UNATT, UN arms trade treaty.
It was all about small arms, firearms.
And so in order to enact that, they needed to build a case for the fact that guns were slipping across the border and that guns were what was causing all this horrific violence in Mexico.
No, the violence in Mexico was created by drug prohibition, and if you want to see even more violence, do gun prohibition on top of the drug prohibition.
It's created corruption, it's destroyed much of our law enforcement's integrity, it's militarized, been used as an excuse to militarize them, been used as an excuse to get rid of due process, to get rid, you know, to institute mandatory minimums, Excessive punishment and all the rest of the stuff for a prohibition for which there is no constitutional authority, drug prohibition.
And so they wanted to use this and say, well, you know, the problem with violence in Mexico is not the drug war that we created.
It's not these, you know, the massive amounts of money that And these illegal organizations fighting each other, competing each other, competing against each other with firearms rather than, you know, the way that you would in a regular market.
In a black market, you compete against each other with firearms, just as we saw during alcohol prohibition, where you got Al Capone and other people machine-gunning each other for market share.
So they had the Gunwalker program.
It blew up a fast and furious.
They had an agent that was there.
But it was all preparation for the UN Arms Trade Treaty.
As a matter of fact, as I've said before, we were in New York.
I was there with my family.
We were filming some stuff for the National Association of Gun Rights.
And we were already scheduled to go up there because the UN was going to make this big push for the UN Arms Trade Treaty.
And a week before that happened, they orchestrated the Aurora, Colorado shooting.
Very suspicious, the state of that guy and all the rest of the stuff.
I mean, one of the most suspicious of these so-called lone shooters.
I always believed that that was orchestrated to build a case for the UN Arms Trade Treaty because they were all about that.
And that was how, I believe, they wanted to get people's minds off of the Fast and Furious false flag that blew up.
They wanted to have that Colorado shooting in Aurora, Colorado.
But, you know, instead of looking at the gunwalker thing, maybe with this shooting of this guy, maybe we should be talking about cartels walking.
You know, walking across the border.
Or maybe we should talk about migrants walking across the border.
Dangerous migrants. Do we have...
It's the people. Just like I said when we're talking about this red flag gun law.
The people are the things that are dangerous.
They can use anything as a weapon.
You can use an SUV as a weapon, as the guy did in Waukesha with a Christmas parade.
Targeting people with an SUV. Did anybody call for Ford Broncos to be prohibited?
Or to have background checks before you could buy a Ford Bronco?
Of course not. Because people understand that it's the person, it's not the instrument.
But they don't understand that with guns.
And this particular case, it's the person.
The person who, if he's been in the hands of law enforcement five times, why do they just keep catching and releasing him?
Well, for the same reason that the Soros District Attorneys are catching and releasing violent criminals.
They want chaos.
And so the problem is not the gun.
The problem is not sending guns to Mexico.
The problem is killers coming into the United States and then being released by the courts or by law enforcement or by Soros District Attorneys being released back into the public.
So he came in illegally multiple times.
The source said that he was last encountered in 2016.
The man who lost his wife and son in the shooting told local news that they were preparing to call the police after they'd asked him to stop shooting his AR-15 because it was late and their one-month-old baby could not sleep.
So he killed several people.
The ages range... We've got an 8-year-old, an 18-year-old, a 21-year-old, a 25-year-old, and a 31-year-old.
We're all murdered. This guy then ran away.
He could be anywhere now, says the San Jacinto County Sheriff.
They have no idea where he is.
So, that's where we are now.
Take a look at the Tennessee 3, or maybe just the Tennessee 2.
Ha, ha, ha. Come on, Chumley, let's go.
The Tennessee, too.
I don't know which one is which.
There are two Justins, right?
The two Justins. And they're just in time to participate in another protest against Biden, who has just honored them.
You see, if you don't shut these guys down, they're not legislators, they're protesters.
Even after they get elected as legislators, they still want to be protesters.
That's why the classic line that that one guy gave, I forget which one of the Tennessee legislators it was, said to them, you're a legislator now, file a bill.
I don't like what's going on.
You don't take over the floor of the House.
You don't lead a riot.
You don't lead an insurrection.
To use Democrat terms.
Actually getting in physical contact with the legislators.
Shoving and pushing them. Trying to block them from getting in.
That was far worse than what had happened in Washington.
And it didn't escalate like the situation in Washington did.
Because the Tennessee State Police kept their cool.
They acted defensively.
They used their bodies to shield as much as they could these legislators from getting physically shoved around and attacked.
They didn't suit up in armor and shields and come out with billy clubs and tear gas and start beating the crowd.
If they had, then they would have gotten beaten back in return.
By the way, we're talking about crowds and police brutality.
Take a look. Yesterday was May 1st, May Day.
Look at what the little Marxists in Paris were doing.
And of course, the police are all, you know, like a Greek phalanx there, there to intimidate, beat people.
They threw some Molotov cocktails out there, setting the police on fire.
Pretty amazing to see this, but it's open combat with the police.
Now they say that they are, you know, rioting because of what is happening.
Here's some more clips here.
These are police. It's running up and now they've had enough.
They're running up and they're beating anybody that they can find.
This is what happens. Violence begets violence when we see that.
And I understand they've got some gripes about it.
I think the best protest is what the electricians were doing.
The electrician junior was doing to Macron.
Everywhere he goes, they turn the power off.
Here's your green agenda in spades, okay?
So Macron's got to travel around with a diesel generator in tow.
That's the way you protest these people.
Be a little bit creative, you know?
Just don't resort to brute force and all this stuff.
But again, that violence there, that's coming, I think, from the Marxists.
I think that's why it was ramping up so much yesterday.
Mayday, that's what the Marxists like to do, communists like to do.
And so, you know, back to our Tennessee Two, the Two Justins.
They were spotted in Washington, D.C., taking part in a protest organized by an environmentalist group called Climate Defiance.
The group was protesting the Biden administration's recent approval of an Alaskan oil drilling project, the Willow Project.
They said he is committing ecocide.
And so they said, we're going to start with a series of nonviolent direct actions cascading with a mass turnout blockade of the White House Correspondents' Dinner, and the Justins were in on it.
Yes. You know, they may not know anything about being legislators, but they sure do know how to get in on a good protest when they see it.
Bernie Sanders, by the way, another old communist fossil, He has decided that since he's got now a net worth, he used to be against millionaires and billionaires.
All those millionaires and billionaires, we've got to get rid of them.
Now that he is a multimillionaire himself, net worth of $3 million, he's now railing about the billionaires.
This is kind of the not-in-my-backyard type of thing, right?
Not in my billionaire yearnings, right?
So anybody that has more than $999 million, the government should confiscate all wealth over $999 billion.
So he's not, as Zero Hedge points out, he will not be challenging the Democrats this time because apparently he likes what Biden is doing just fine, or should say Biden's handlers is the way they put it.
His choice of $999 million as the permissible level of wealth and no more brings to mind Obama's words.
I mean, I do think at a certain point you've made enough money.
And like I've said that, I've said, you know, when we talk about things that enslave us, right?
We can be enslaved by alcohol.
We can be enslaved by drugs.
We can be enslaved by sex.
We can be enslaved by our love of money.
And you look at David Rockefeller and, you know, he was, or John Rockefeller, I should say.
John Rockefeller was asked, as he was the richest man, you know, by a reporter, how much is enough?
And he says, always just a little bit more.
Well, that's what an addict always says, right?
And so, the people who have a billion dollars and want even more is something of a problem, isn't it?
You know, that's what I say about Elon Musk.
He is driven by that.
You know, the guy who has his profile picture on Twitter, he's dressed up in a Baphomet suit.
Perfectly trustworthy, I think.
I think he's an altruistic billionaire just like Trump, and he wants to lay his fortune on the line for us.
Just like Trump did before January the 6th.
Yeah, send me your money. He made a quarter of a billion dollars off of the suckers who gave him the money.
And we've got people now who are sitting in the dock.
I mean, I think of Joe Biggs and the Proud Boys and stuff.
It's gone to jury. They've already been in jail for two years awaiting trial.
And they may be in jail for the rest of their life.
Why? Because they put their trust in Trump.
So, once such wealth confiscation is announced, of course, the billionaires will just leave the country and go somewhere else.
That's what happened in France, as Zero Hedge points out, when that was tried.
This was in an interview that he had with Chris Wallace, who, to my surprise, is still on CNN. So, you know, the new upper limit, $3 million is okay, but you don't want to go to a billion dollars or, you know, you'd be, as Bernie Sanders said, you'd be looting the treasury.
You know, that money belongs to us.
You know, we should have all that money.
Meanwhile, the feds are looting the treasury.
You know who's looting them?
It's the federal bureaucrats.
Not even counting the Pentagon and the Post Office, if you look at what the other bureaucracies are making there.
$576 million a day is what is being paid to federal bureaucrats.
And $210 billion per year for the 1.4 million employees of the 125...
Mostly unconstitutional bureaucracies that are out there.
General administrative, civil enforcement, federal law enforcement agencies.
Stop and think about that.
We've got 125 agencies for which there's no constitutional authority, for the most part.
And they're making $210 billion a year.
But if you break it down on an individual level...
In 109 of these 125 federal agencies, that is 87%, in 87% of them, the average employee salary is more than $100,000, which is almost double what the real median wage is for American citizens of $54,000.
So they're making, in 87% of these federal agencies, they're making nearly double what the average American does.
And it doesn't just stop there.
These employees get 44 days of paid time off.
Do you get to take off nine weeks a year and still have a job?
I don't. You look at, they said, typically, U.S. workers, it's 11 days.
One day more than two weeks that you get to take off.
They take off four times that amount.
Furthermore, most federal employees worked from home for years due to the recently concluded COVID emergency.
Congress incentivized this with an additional $570 million pay-to-stay home fund at the Treasury.
So if your child was not back to school...
You could collect a bonus of $21,000 over 15 weeks in paid family leave.
This is one of the reasons these types of things are why this ran for so long.
They financially incentivized this.
That happened under Trump. We all had to pay our taxes when they were due a few weeks ago, two weeks ago.
In March of 2023, however, the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration found that, quote, the number of delinquent federal civilian employees has increased by 32% from 2015 to 2021.
149,000 federal employees owe $1.5 billion in back taxes.
And performance is not an issue.
As I point out in A Zero Hedge, again, you know, we just had another bank failure.
And they said, well, take a look at the FDIC, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
There are 58,000 employees at the FDIC. Many of them are auditors.
You know what their average salary is?
It's even higher. $160,000.
None of them seem to notice stress on the banking system.
The now three banks that failed were highly regarded institutions, but they weren't anywhere close to solvency, and these auditors working for the FDIC hadn't noticed it.
Well, actually they had, because I have played the clip for you of the meeting of people at the FDIC, and that was last fall, I think.
It was at the end of the year, certainly no later than the beginning of the year.
I can't remember when it was, but it was some time ago.
Well, these guys at the FDIC were recorded saying, we all know what the situation is, but let's not tell the general public.
There'd be a run on the banks.
Now it's kind of history.
The masks have come off in the last refuge for mandates, and that is the doctor's office.
This is from the Washington Post.
And laughingly, this was done by Taylor Lorenz.
Remember her? You know, weeping and crying because she had been doxed by somebody and then she goes and doxes the woman who does lives of TikTok.
Remember that? Well, here she is weeping and crying for some poor woman who has been so psychologically gaslighted she's afraid to go anywhere with a mask, including the doctor's office.
And so the mask has come off.
And the last refuge for mandates, and that is a doctor's office.
They see this as a horrible thing.
Taylor Lorenz thinks this is awful.
This is as bad as getting doxxed.
It's worth crying over.
Jenna James, who has long COVID and other chronic conditions, feels uncomfortable in hospital settings now that the masks are no longer required.
Did it ever occur to her or Taylor Lorenz that maybe the mask is making her sick?
You know, we even have a medical name for that.
And it's not OCD. Actual physical condition.
What makes them think that these things work ever?
That's the amazing thing.
And this goes on and on and on this article.
Like, in nearly all states this spring, the Montana health care facilities ended their mask requirements and one clinic warned James when she called that it may not have masks on hand for staff.
A nurse in the hospital took 10 minutes to find one.
You're still one of those people who thinks these things work?
My big fear when all this stuff started was that they were going to get so authoritarian that they'd force me to shave my beard.
Because a mask, if I was even going to wear one, and I never did, but a mask over a beard does not work.
And I talked about it at the time.
I'd just gone snorkeling for the first time in about 50 years.
And when I put the mask on because of my mustache, it was leaking like a sieve.
So I said, well, of course it's not going to stop any, you know, a mask over a mustache or a beard or something.
It's not going to stop any viral particles of the size that they are.
But these people out there say, we can mandate this.
We mandate seatbelts.
We mandate airbags. It's like, okay, fine.
So what you're telling me is that my seatbelt and my bicycle helmet and my airbag protects you?
Either it protects you or it doesn't.
But whatever happens in my car or in my face doesn't have any effect.
If your mask works, you're fine.
If your vaccine works, you're fine.
And that's what I talked about this so much because I said, look, this is the same thing we've always said to them about vaccines.
You don't need to mandate vaccines.
If your vaccine works, you're protected.
If it doesn't work, it doesn't help you if I get vaccinated.
Forget about all this nonsense about herd immunity.
Either the vaccine works or doesn't work.
And I said, when they're doing this with a mask, you know that they're going to be coming at us with mandates over the vaccine.
Because that's what they're laying the groundwork for psychologically with a mask.
Anyway, days later, Jenna James woke up with a cough and a sore throat and is bracing to test positive for the coronavirus.
Give me a break.
I literally have to choose between life-saving medical care and exposure to COVID, which really isn't a choice, she said.
It's a high-risk situation being forced on me with little or no ability to consent.
Well, you can put the mask on or not, you know?
You can stay home if you want.
That's what they were telling everybody else.
Oh, you don't want to wear a mask?
Well, you can stay home. Well, you want to wear a mask?
You can stay home. But Taylor Lorenz is very upset about that.
We're going to take a break, and we'll be right back.
And I've got an interview that's coming up in the next hour.
I think you're going to find it very interesting.
This is a guy, he's a writer, he's got his own radio program as well.
He's also a math teacher.
And he's talked quite a bit about what is happening in the schools.
And so we're going to focus on that.
But we're going to talk a little bit about that and what is happening in the culture and different perspectives about what needs to be done to change that when we come back.
Music In
a world of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
Before we get into the next thing I want to do, before we leave the health issues a little bit, I had a listener write in, Leo.
He says, I heard you're talking about some people dealing with jab and no transplant tyrants in hospitals.
He said, do you know of any Christian constitutional attorneys around Minnesota willing to go against a hospital that literally discriminates against people for not getting the jab, the mRNA jab?
My wife needs to go...
To get a kidney transplant.
And her hospital in Minneapolis says she can't even get on the list or get a transplant without getting the jab.
That's their policy. He says, I don't see her here anyway.
He's standing up against this evil policy.
We feel alone here dealing with this.
I work a lot and so does she.
We would have to go out of state to get a hospital that doesn't demand the jabs.
And to get her on the list, even at that point, I'd still have to keep taking her back and forth, losing time and work and money, to hopefully get her a kidney.
The whole medical system is satanic evil.
I want to find people who have a backbone to help us and to stand against this Nazi medical system.
Well, I've interviewed several times David Schantz.
He is a Christian.
He's a former pastor.
He's also a former JAG attorney.
He is in the military.
He is focused a lot on helping people in the military fight against this mandate.
But he also has worked with people outside of the military.
Now, he may not be licensed there.
He's in a different state. I forgot which state it was, but I think it was back east.
But if Davis Yance can't help you, I'm sure that they would, you know, give you a referral to somebody.
They might know better than I would who would be there in Minneapolis.
Again, you can find him, his website.
He's got a couple of different websites.
I think he might have one under his name.
His name is Davis, D-A-V-I-S Yance, Y-O-U-N-T-S. He has been the go-to guy to fight against these military mandates.
He's also got a website, The Military Counsel.
That's C-O-U-N-S-E-L, as in legal counsel.
C-O-U-N-S-E-L. TheMilitaryCouncil.com.
So, Leo, if he can't help you or anybody else that's in a similar situation like that.
And again, this is not just about...
Hospital mandates is one of the last mandates around.
Hospital mandates for people who need to get transplants.
And again, I think it's one of the most reprehensible things to show you that whatever you think about transplants, the idea is that they believe that this is going to save people's lives, that it is essential health care, and they're going to let people die.
If they're not vaccinated, it tells you everything about the ethics of these organizations, doesn't it?
And then I have another email here from one person.
Is a law signed on foreign soil really a law here?
Referring, of course, to DeSantis.
This is from Mays. And the topic is DeSanter.
Well, I don't think that there's anything that says that it isn't.
You know, if he signs it, it doesn't matter whether he signs it on a plane in another state, you know, flying over another state.
I think it is unusual and certainly should arouse suspicion and has not been reported by anybody that I've seen other than Chris Minahan and papers inside Israel that DeSantis has now gone twice to Israel to prohibit certain speech.
Either about Israel or any anti-Semitic speech, and they made anti-Semitic speech into a felony by saying, well, it's not just what you're saying, it's also a hate crime.
They will say things like, conduct is not protected as free speech.
Well, where do you draw the line on that, right?
Again, we go back to, is burning the American flag?
That's conduct. But it is also speech.
It's a protest, right?
You can have a situation in the UK where a woman stands at an abortion clinic across the street, stands there with her head bound, praying silently.
She's not saying anything.
But her conduct is to stand there with her head bound.
And she got arrested for that.
Because they understand what she's saying.
You see? It doesn't have to be verbal.
Where do we draw the line on this stuff?
Well, I think we draw the line on speech an absolute term.
There's absolutely no restriction on this, and what DeSantis has done is to shamelessly pander to the two Jewish communities where these two representatives put this thing together.
A high concentration of Jewish people in these areas, and they were being attacked by hateful anti-Semitic people.
But you don't start arresting people and throwing them in jail for speech, because guess what?
That's going to blow back on you at some point in the future.
That's the thing that we've always understood.
And in both these cases, he went to Israel to sign the bill.
Why? Because he's also looking for big donors.
He was meeting with Sheldon Adelson's widow, who now lives in Israel.
Sheldon Adelson was the biggest donor ever.
And, you know, the GOP before he died.
And so you want to know why he went there to sign it?
That's why. And even though I completely disagree with baby Trump, He's saying, well, you know, he needs to pander to these people, and that's why he's doing this stuff, because he needs their money.
Well, he's absolutely right about that, but of course, you know, I guess maybe Trump doesn't need the money because he's got a lot of money, and then he can always get suckers at MAGA to give him money like they did before January the 6th.
Save America, $250 million.
He can always fleece the MAGA cult.
So that's the way DeSantis is going to run.
He's going to fleece some Jewish billionaires, you know, heir of the gambling fortune.
That's Sheldon Adelson in the casinos.
Let's talk about Chelsea Clinton, by the way.
She is now pushing pornography for children.
And she got savaged on social media.
Now, one person's saying, oh, I see you have been to the island as well.
I mean, Jeffrey Epstein.
You know, you got all these billionaire GOP donors over the last couple of weeks have been coming after DeSantis, said, you know, you gotta, I don't like what you're doing with abortion.
You know, you're protecting the babies at too early an age.
That's reprehensible.
And I also don't like the fact that you're taking books away from kids that are graphic pornography.
Showing teenagers engaged in sexual acts, graphically engaged.
Here's how to do it. That type of thing.
And so, Chelsea Clinton comes out and says, well, these are LGBT characters and theme books.
And these are vital for kids and adolescents to have.
As one person pointed out, look, instead of this being homosexual teenagers, Performing sexual acts, drawing it out in cartoons and everything.
If it had been heterosexual, then you would have been arrested for child pornography.
But it's okay because it's LGBT. It's necessary.
You've got to have it.
It's just like cadaver uteruses that I talked about.
You've got to have those.
The Clinton Global Initiative.
Funding the Welcome Trust and other things, they're all saying, hey, we don't know if it'll kill the tranny guys, but we need to be able to, from a legal and an ethical standpoint, we must try this.
Putting... Wombs from dead women into men so they can pretend they're a woman.
And, of course, I don't think the baby's going to survive.
I don't think they've got all the issues with hormones and all the rest of this stuff.
I mean, it is amazingly complex, far beyond just the uterus.
Anyway, so a lot of people push back on it.
I said, why do you think this is appropriate for small children?
Another one says, the photo in the article that you're quoting features a book with explicit illustrations of sex acts.
A book about incest.
One of these is a sex story about two 10-year-old boys, you see.
Another one is about a man raping and isolating a 12-year-old girl.
One is about a teen girl who seduces a man who kidnaps her.
Chelsea Clinton wants to promote that.
Librarians want to promote that.
Teachers and schools want to promote that to your kids.
How is any of that even allowed?
Why isn't that a crime?
Anyone who thinks that this is appropriate for a K-12 school library should have their hard drives searched for child pornography.
That's right. Another person says, these...
Many of these would be rated NC-17 if they were movies.
No, they'd be triple X. They would be triple X. These books are not banned in the sense that you use the word.
They're very much in print. Keeping them out of the hands of young minds is responsible parenting, something that you apparently know nothing about.
That's not surprising, given your role models, said another person on social media.
So, these are the types of things that, you see, when Chelsea Clinton does this, she's in alignment with these big GOP donors.
And that's one of the reasons why there's really no difference between these two parties, the people who run them, the people who feed them the money.
Whether they're billionaires who made their money by enslaving people with gambling, like Adelson, Where these other people are saying, yeah, stop.
It's a good thing to show pornography to kids in elementary school.
What's the matter with DeSantis?
Is he sanctimonious or something?
As Trump says.
Babylon Bee said, Chelsea Clinton has been seen lurking in a windowless van passing out pornographic material to kids.
They said, yuck, said one concerned parent, after being shown the book Genderqueer, which she's, yeah, look at that, that's a white man, right on there, like Chick-fil-A cows, free books.
After being shown Genderqueer, one that she liked to put out there, a book her eight-year-old daughter had been given by the former president's daughter, Gross.
Gross. According to sources, drag queens in the community have been supportive of Chelsea Clinton's philanthropic effort, says Babylon Bee.
Kids need to know what it's like to be gay or they won't even know it's something they can be, said Fabulous Strawberry Lemon, a local drag queen.
If I wasn't abused as a child, I would have never become so fabulous.
And I don't want kids to miss out on their best life.
Yeah, that pretty much says it all.
And yet the interesting thing about it is that Somebody who writes for Media Matters, who is, you know, this hard-left media organization.
This person is the LGBT program director who calls herself a guy.
I'm sorry. It's a guy who calls himself a woman.
I can't get confused.
These people are confused.
Why can't I be confused? If they're confused about themselves, I'm confused as well.
Anyway, so this guy who has makeup and fake breasts and an Adam's apple and is a biological man has now come to Chelsea Clinton's defense by criticizing that piece from the Babylon Bee.
And the way he, dressed up as a she, puts this out there, says to Babylon Bees, Seth Dillon, weird way to tell us that you are lusting for children's books, Seth. Oh, well, I guess that means that these children's books are sexual, right?
They self-own themselves.
So in California, we have California teachers are suing the school district saying that they're being forced to lie to parents.
Again, you want to talk about a groomer?
It's not just showing up in a white van and handing out stuff to kids.
Come on, kid. You know, don't tell your parents is the other part of being a groomer.
More so even than windowless vans.
The lawsuit appears to happen after Biden's remarks earlier this month.
In support of the nation's Teacher of the Year, angered by parents, suggesting that the government knows best when it comes to the raising of children.
No father knows best.
Our father, who art in heaven, knows best about how to raise kids.
And this isn't anything like it.
Biden said, there's no such thing as someone else's child.
Our nation's children are all of our children.
No, they are not. And we don't belong to you either.
Their collective mindset...
The policies require teachers to assist in a student's transgender social transition, quote-unquote.
And at the same time, they also require the teachers to revert back to biological pronouns if they're communicating with the parents in order to hide this.
So you groom them at school, you refer to them with these other pronouns, and then when the parents are there, You go back to the other position.
The Department of Justice, of course, Biden's Department of Justice is now suing Tennessee over the ban on mutilating children that they call gender-affirming care.
No, they have done everything they can to not affirm the gender of children.
And then they want to mutilate them.
In the UK, pupils as young as 7 are being encouraged to wear a badge which displays pronouns.
But of course, they're not going to take that home to the parents.
There, as in California and other places, they are deliberately hiding this and lying to parents.
7 to 11-year-olds are taught about being non-binary.
New lessons are rolling out as part of School Diversity Week, run by a charity that calls itself Just Like Us.
Because that's what they want to do to the kids.
These LGBT people want the kids to be just like them.
That's how they reproduce.
They reproduce by grooming.
6,000 primary and secondary schools have signed up, says Christian Concern.
Thousands of children will be indoctrinated with extreme ideology this summer without the knowledge of their parents.
That's a sad thing because as I've talked about before, you know, and I want to thank the listener, Who sent me a license for Ableton, which is a digital audio workstation piece of software.
Appreciate that. Thank you.
And what I really need is more time.
But, you know, as I do this, that's what I like to do with the music.
The people that I've used quite a bit, Spitfire Audio, the co-founder had come out and said about kids.
He's got a child. He says, I've just got to say this.
If you're a parent, this is coming to your doorstep real soon.
And if you're a parent of a child who is autistic, it's already there.
And for that, this guy who founded Spitfire Audio got pushed out of the company.
And I got to say, it's sad because I'm looking at it and they have been stagnant ever since.
They were putting out a lot of new content.
They have a lot of free stuff.
They have a lot of stuff that sounds pretty good that you can get for like $29.
And then they have professional libraries that cost thousands of dollars.
I mean, it's everything all over the place.
And they were putting out a lot of content.
And now they push this guy out for pushing back against these child groomers.
This is nothing other than pedophilia.
This doesn't even have to do with their own degeneracy.
This is about pedophilia.
And of course, they will always present it in the news articles and stuff that you see on the Drudge Report.
Oh, look, you know, they're telling us that we can't have our gay rodeo or our pride parades or this or that.
No, you tell them you can't have kids in Florida, they cancel the pride parade.
It's all about the kids.
They don't really care what they do as adults.
I don't care. It's not my concern to stop them.
I don't think it's the duty of government to stop them either.
But it is the duty of government to stop you when you do it to kids.
And it will always be the duty of government to stop you.
And it will always be the concern of parents that our governments have now, universally, everywhere in the world, they have aligned themselves in opposition to the family.
They seek to destroy the family so they can have the kids.
That's all it is.
So pronoun teachers can choose from he and she, but...
The kids can also have they, Z-Z, I mean Z-I-E-S-I-E-Y, they, oy they, I guess.
That's where my pronouns are.
Conservative MP Mark Jenkinson, that's what it looked like, who sits on the Women's Inequalities Committee, said this nonsense has got to stop.
Again, this is UK. But listen to what he had to say.
The further we allow people to go down this gender nonsense rabbit hole, the more damaging it becomes.
It's not going to get any better. They're not going to get over it.
They're not going to snap out of it, most people.
Well, a lot of people have. You know, we had Kristen Beck, the Navy SEAL that was groomed.
He was celebrated, by the way, by your MAGA savior, Michael Flynn.
General Flynn. Is it Michael?
Is this the first name? Anyway, Flynn. And, you know, he's going around with these Restore America rallies, these quasi-religious spiritual things where he's reading plagiarized prayers from this occultic, apocalyptic cult, nuclear cult from the 1980s.
Flynn is reading that.
And he was celebrating in 2014.
He was one of the people who was pushing Navy SEAL Kristen Beck.
Now, if they can gaslight a Navy SEAL, They can do that to pretty much anybody.
You know, the first person who was legally listed as a non-binary person, and within a few years, he pushed really hard.
He was an adult. He was in his 30s.
Within a couple years, he said, no, I'm a man.
He didn't have any surgery.
But we see kids like Jazz Jennings, Parents pushed Jazz into this stuff.
Made a lot of money selling this kid's book, I Am Jazz, right?
Now Jazz Jennings is in his 20s, or she, I don't even know what real gender the person is.
Talking about how they're really struggling with this, sounding suicidal.
It comes just days after a damning report revealed that parents are being kept in the dark over their children's gender preferences.
Using the Freedom of Information Act, its researchers asked 304 secondary schools in England what their policies were on children who identify.
And of course, only of the 154 that replied, only 39 said they would inform parents.
So half of them don't reply. And then of the ones who reply...
You know, you've only got maybe, well, not quite a quarter of them.
Heather Benning of the Women's Rights Network said, we have alerted MPs time and time again to the fact that schools and teachers are socially transitioning kids without the knowledge or the consent of their parents.
This is usurping parental authority and responsibility because that's the purpose of it.
This is part of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
We're going to take a quick break, watch somebody take off their mask, and we'll be right back.
Using free speech to free minds.
Using free speech to free minds.
It's the David Knight Show.
How do we get out of this?
And I've got a couple of different ideas from people, right?
First of all, we can see the failure of our churches.
We're going to talk about that.
Then we're going to talk about somebody who says, well, that's it.
The churches are done. We've got to take this thing over politically.
And then we'll talk about another approach.
The world's largest Baptist university is now hosting Queer Sex Ed Night.
Baylor University.
16,000 students.
The institution was founded in 1845.
It is the oldest perpetually operating university in Texas.
But it is not old-fashioned.
On March the 23rd, they hosted an event certifying its contemporary credentials.
This is from WND.com.
As advertised on Instagram, the extravaganza was called Queer Sex Ed.
An accompanying caption read, Secret is out.
See you tomorrow. You can still DM us to become a member and join our Queer Sex Ed.
So, again, this is coming from Baylor University.
The feature featured in the post was Planned Unparenthood sponsoring this because they sponsor the perversions and then they clean up afterwards, right?
A lot of unwanted pregnancies after the orgies.
Well, we'll sacrifice your child for you.
We'll pass it through the fire.
We'll chop it to pieces, whatever is necessary.
Planned unparenthood.
Queer sex ed was sponsored by a group called PRISM at Baylor.
This group was just approved in 2022.
And the way they describe themselves...
Prism at Baylor says, we reflect diversity, belonging, and opportunity in the LGBT community.
So why is this allowed at a school that says in its mission statement that it is a Christian school?
Do they not see the cognitive dissonance here?
And the reason I talk about this is because there are so many people in the Christian churches who say, we just have to meet people where they are.
You have to welcome them as they are.
Well, yes. Christ did that.
He hung out with sinners.
He was criticized for doing that.
But he did not leave them as they were.
And he told them to turn from that lifestyle.
See, that's the part that they leave off.
We have a responsibility to declare what the truth is.
And that would mean that we don't live by lies about gender either.
We're simply here to declare the truth, to not live by the lies of the world, And then leave the rest of this up to that person and God.
Anyway, some of their goals, I said, were to enhance learning, to create a safe and respectful environment for LGBT. Again, why would a Christian organization respect sin?
Sin is not to be respected.
People are to be respected. Their sin is not.
Would Baylor allow a pedophile group?
Would they allow a bestiality group in the name of, well, I don't want to offend anybody that's into bestiality.
Where do you draw the line? Where is the standard for your morality?
As a Christian university bailer, where is your standard for morality?
We're going to provide a space for the LGBT community to come together to engage.
So you're going to facilitate this.
To help students gain deeper understanding of their own And others, complex intersectionality identities, including gender and sexuality and spirituality.
Me, me, me, me, me.
And this is like a speech from Obama, where he uses the word I 50 times or something.
This is all about themselves.
My own, my identity, my spiritual and sexual identity.
In the last days, people will become lovers of self.
Nowhere in this mission statement is there any understanding of God or Christ or any objective moral standard.
None. None.
Mission statement of Baylor, though, is to, quote, educate men and women for worldwide leadership and service by integrating academic excellence and Christian commitment within a caring community.
So they do have the word Christian in there.
And so they were created again in 2022.
So it's pretty recent.
And it was the Board of Regents at Baylor who put out a proclamation to allow PRISM to exist.
This goes to the very top.
These institutions are rotting from the head down just like an old fish.
Baylor included. The Board of Regents.
As Board of Regents, we recognize that Baylor's LGBT students continue to seek care, connections, and community as an important and faithful expression of our Christian mission.
You see, these people don't realize that they're being colonized.
That this is a missionary foothold in their formerly Christian school.
They don't understand which way the influence is going.
Because there's nothing about this that, you know, God has been pushed out.
You want to talk about, oh, we've got to get the Pledge of Allegiance in and prayer back in schools.
No, you don't even have in Christian seminaries.
You don't even have Christ in.
They have completely changed their institutions from the top down.
And it's, you know, just a formality that they're going through.
A community for Baylor's LGBT students continues the Board of Regents statement.
Establishing a new chartered student group that is consistent with Baylor's core commitments.
What core commitments?
Nothing in there about their, you know, they reference at one point their Christian mission.
How is that part of their Christian mission?
I think it is important to understand when you look at Baylor, and I've talked about this in the past, and he just recently passed away, Ken Starr did, Remember, Ken Starr was the guy who essentially covered for Bill Clinton.
He was at Baylor.
That was the last thing that he did.
He covered for the football team there that was doing quite well.
They had a good record, but they also happened to rape some women, but we don't want that to get in the way of our season.
So Ken Starr covered for them and was eventually forced out, but it looks like the rot at the top is still there in the Board of Regents.
In between defending Clinton, and again, I say defending Clinton because there was ample evidence and charges all over the place of violent sexual assault and rape, of massive criminal corruption and Financial corruption.
He skipped all that and he went for a perjury charge over a consensual relationship with Monica Lewinsky.
That was a dodge.
So in between that that he did for Clinton and what he did for the Baylor football team covering up their rape of women and so forth, in between, Ken Starr defended Jeffrey Epstein.
So here you have the biggest Christian college.
Being run by the defense attorney for Jeffrey Epstein, along with Alan Dershowitz.
No surprise there. But people are surprised to see that about Kinstar.
That's where this stuff comes from.
That's the way this happens.
So, as we're looking at the state of where the Christian culture is and why things are collapsing, Here's Andy Stanley, his father, Charles Stanley, just died.
Charles Stanley had a Christian radio station for a very long time, was head of the Southern Baptist several times as well.
I would listen to Charles Stanley.
I always found him to be an encouraging speaker, not much of a teacher from going through the Bible and exegeting it.
But, you know, he was always a nice guy, positive, and I just looked at him not as a Bible teacher, but as an encourager.
But his son, Andy Stanley, went to war with other churches who wanted to open up over this lockdown.
Went to war with them over the lockdown, over the masks, the mandates, and the vaccines, and all the rest of this stuff.
I think it wasn't loving and all the rest of this stuff.
He went to war with them. Stayed locked down for a very long time.
Well, I wish they'd left the church closed for his Lord and Savior, Fauci.
But instead, they've opened it up, and now they are going to host a conference for Christian parents of LGBT-identified kids at Andy Stanley's church in Atlanta, the son of Charles Stanley.
This is how things slide when you get away from the Bible.
A megachurch pastor, and it is a big church there, who has weirdly rejected the Old Testament as well.
Maybe he doesn't like that part in there about Sodom and Gomorrah.
I don't know. But Andy Stano does not like the Old Testament.
He wants to get rid of it. And, you know, he doesn't really like, I guess maybe he thinks the Ten Commandments or Ten Suggestions as well.
He said public comments that he's made regarding gay individuals in the church having more faith in God.
He's done that in the past. He's going to be hosting a conference for parents of LGBT kids later this year.
He calls it the Unconditional Conference.
Again, this is, a lot of people think this way.
The seeker-friendly church, we've got to meet people where they are.
Yeah, you meet people where they are, but you tell them what God says.
You've got an absolute standard that is there, and you don't water that down or walk away from it.
He said, in a world that makes us choose sides.
Well, you know what? God makes you choose sides.
Are you on God's side or are you on the world's side?
Which side are you on? He said, Greg and Lynn have done a remarkable job with a difficult subject, raising a child who is gay in a conservative Christian culture that doesn't always know how to respond or how to help.
You're the parent. The culture, you haven't surrendered your kids to this.
See, this is the same mindset that Biden and the teachers have.
Well, the culture is raising my kids.
The village is raising my kids.
What am I to do? I'm just a parent.
I don't have any say-so with this child.
I can't teach them the way they should go.
I have no idea what to say to these kids because they're throwing away the Bible.
You have no objective standard for your morality.
He said they tackle these tough issues with grace, with compassion, with integrity.
But you see what's missing.
It's really easy, they said, for us to feel like, well, the work is done.
Everybody just gets it, except for a few extremists out there.
In other words, everybody really accepts all the LGBT people, like we do, and Andy Stanley's church, except for a few extremists out there.
These Bible-thumpers.
He says that's just not the case, though.
The reality is that there's lots and lots of LGBT folks and their families who feel incredibly alone in Christian spaces.
Well, you know, I don't know.
He doesn't like the Old Testament.
It says God created them male and female.
He doesn't like the fact that Jesus repeated that as a definition of what marriage was and things like that.
He doesn't like that either. He doesn't think that gender is Bob, biological, objective, and binary.
That's for everybody to understand.
But as a pastor, maybe instead of Bob, you ought to go BBB. Gender is biblical.
Biological and binary, right?
BBB. It says, a gay person who still wants to go to church, this is a quote from Stanley, who still wants to attend church after the way they've been treated, I'm telling you, they have more faith than I do.
They have more faith than a lot of you do.
Well, what Jesus would say to them is, go and sin no more.
Jesus offers grace, but he doesn't accept sin.
He died for our sins that we cannot make up for that.
There's nothing that you can do to take away the bad things that you've done.
But he did that to purify you, to give you a new start, so that you can then obey him as a sacrifice that is acceptable because you've been purified.
You're not going to go, again, if Andy Stanley had not thrown away his Old Testament, He could have seen how the priest had to purify themselves before they could make sacrifices for the sins of other people.
You have to purify yourself before you can make yourself a living sacrifice.
He doesn't get that.
And then on the other side of this, falling off the other side of the horse.
So he just wants to accept everybody.
Fine. LGBT, that's just fine.
God made you that way.
No, he didn't. He made us male and female.
Who are you to quarrel with your maker?
But now on the other side, we've got Josiah Lippincott, who writes for AmericanGreatness.com.
And he says, conservatives have lost the culture war.
Give up on it, he says.
Here's the way forward.
The Trump agenda is the only path forward.
What? What Trump agenda?
Is it written down somewhere?
As I said before, he's all over the map, and he's constantly changing his positions because Trump has no principles, and yet this is supposed to be the way forward?
Absolutely insane.
This is the opposite extreme.
These are the people who are absolutely intolerant of everybody, and we've got to fight.
Well, you know what that's going to look like?
That's going to look like what we just saw in Paris.
It's going to look like this.
You don't want to fight everybody over everything?
That's what it's going to look like.
That's not the right understanding either.
And it's not the right thing to fetishize politics, to idolize politics, to idolize and make a fetish out of culture.
That's not the right thing either.
See, what we've lost, he says, the issues of national survival are of primary importance.
Well, I agree with that. I absolutely do.
That's why I do this.
But you've got to have to understand that the priorities are backwards.
He didn't just put the cart before the horse.
He's got a whole bunch of things before the horse that can't pull it, and he can't push it.
He's in the back.
Now, you've got to get your relationship right with God first.
And then the morality is going to flow from you.
The morality, if your family and your kids are that way, then you establish that relationship with God first.
The morality is the fruit of that.
It's not the root of that.
You can't begin with the morality imposed on people.
You can't begin with a culture that you're going to impose on people.
It's got to flow out.
As Christ said, by their fruit you will know them.
It's not the root of what we do.
You can't turn somebody into an apple tree.
Not somebody. You can't turn a pear tree into an apple tree by taping apples to it.
You haven't changed anything.
Only God can change you from one thing to another.
And that has to be done with your relationship.
Then the other stuff happens.
If you go back and you look at the history of America, the Great Awakening 1 and 2 that was happening.
That changed Americans from the inside.
The fruit of that was the American Revolution.
God had changed the pilgrims from the inside.
The fruit of that was that they wanted to worship God as they saw fit.
And the resulting culture and the resulting nation that happened was when those people whose driving force was a free exercise of religion came to America.
And went through hardships in order to do that.
Any of them starved. They had no idea how they were going to grow food.
Like many of us today.
Present company. That's where I am on this.
Anyway. He says, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the culture war is over and the conservatives have lost.
At least for now.
Trying to rehash these old battles in the present political moment when institutional Christianity has no longer any meaningful political or cultural clout.
Well, institutional Christianity has no political or cultural clout because they made politics and culture their focus.
My kingdom is not of this world.
And if you put that first, and if that's what you want, you're going to wind up with just politics.
You know, we talk about the supernatural.
I'll say, you know, the interesting thing about that is supernatural means super in that sense means above.
The supernatural world It's above the physical world.
And so we should talk about superpolitical.
What we're talking about here is engagement in the superpolitical.
Something that is above politics.
Politics flows from it.
Politics is the fruit of what you do in the supernatural sense.
He says, going back to his essay, when it comes to preserving the older standards of Christian morality and decency, the church doesn't have any influence and has no bearing on their own flocks.
Well, he may be right about that because you've got people like Andy Stanley who have rejected the faith.
You have universities like Baylor that have rejected the faith.
It wasn't that long ago that you had a Babylon Bee cartoon that said, Miracle.
Student graduates from seminary and is still a Christian.
Our institutions have been turned upside down and against the very things that they teach.
So, he said, listed all the problems that we all know.
But he said, we have these vague admonitions to just have faith and just to follow Christ.
They lack any practical core.
No, they don't. Those are very powerful things.
We should not give up on them.
We always say, well, I haven't even got a prayer.
As if that's the last thing we do.
That's the first thing we do.
And he talks about the difference.
He said, take a look on the Catholic side.
Compare St. Augustine to Pope Francis or compare Martin Luther to David French.
You know, these people had iron in their souls.
Well, we have something even better.
We're Christians. We have the Holy Spirit.
We have Christ. And iron sharpens iron.
That's why we have each other.
And that's part of it, is to hold each other accountable to the subjective standard.
I want to wrap up because we've got our guest who's just connected with us, and I want to get to him.
Let me just finish with one last thing.
I won't go any further into what he has to say here, except to say this backwards.
We look at what Kirk Cameron is doing.
He's going around as we see the drag queen story time hours and everybody is, look at this, what they're doing to the kids.
This is horrible. Let's just shut it down.
But he's got something even better.
Instead of going around and demanding that all these things being shut down and replaced with what?
Well, nothing. Instead of leaving that vacuum there, Kurt Cameron has put together a book.
He's put together a program. He's going around doing events with other Christians and He says, stop complaining and instead plant seeds of truth.
He has a positive vision.
As I said before, it's not enough for us to be against everything that we see.
That's crazy. We have to have a positive vision of what we want our families to look like, how we want our kids to grow up, and then we'll have a culture that has that type of thing.
So I don't even know the specifics of what he has to say, but he said, whenever he goes places, he said his book is As You Grow.
And it teaches children the fruit of the Spirit.
He said, wherever he goes, parents will come to him and say, why are leaders advancing the sexualization of our innocent children?
Why are they pushing perversion into the hearts and minds the most impressionable among us?
Why are too many of these leaders hiding their aberrant sex education and gender-affirming curricula from the parents of their students?
He says, well, Karl Marx understood.
He wanted to get rid of religion.
He wanted to break up family. He said, by separating children from the negative influence of parents, we can disrupt society's present moral structure.
Look, even some of these utopian socialist societies that were around in the middle of the 1800s in America had that same goal.
They said, we failed as a socialist utopian society because we didn't get the kids away from their parents soon enough.
They were already trained in this, and we've got to get them away.
And so he says, instead, be brave.
Start creating the culture you want for your children.
Lead by example.
Show your kids and your grandkids what genuine faith and moral integrity look like.
Steal your God-given backbone.
Let your love for your children conquer your fears.
Use your own home as a safe place to lovingly uproot the power of evil in your neighborhood.
Plant seeds of truth, beauty, and goodness.
Pray up. Speak up.
Get in the fight now.
Absolutely. Absolutely true.
We'll be right back with our guest.
Stay with us. Thank you.

Sounds like we've got a lot that we agree on.
He lives in rural Indiana with his wife and daughter away from the muck and the chaos of inner cities.
Good to have you on, Tony.
Thank you for joining us. Thank you for having me on, David.
Let's talk a little bit about, and you sent me this article after we set up the interview because I wanted to talk to you about a number of things, but this just happened at the end of last week.
A school there in Indiana, and tell people what happened there to a special needs student.
Absolutely unbelievable.
It really is horrendous.
There is a western Indianapolis suburb called Brownsburg, and at one of its elementary schools, five teachers and aides were complicit.
They've been charged by the police in abusing a special education student and not just any special education student, but a life skill student.
So a student who is there just to learn things like washing his hands, how to be respectful in conversation, how to address properly those kinds of basic life skills.
And these teachers forced the student to eat his own vomit and just an absolutely horrible situation.
And this is a school that tells everyone it's the number one school in the state, according to academic stuff.
So, yeah, pretty horrendous stuff.
And he was seven years old, I see from the story here.
That is correct. And he is so severely handicapped, I guess that's not politically correct anymore.
Anyway, he's got such severe problems that they're just teaching him how to do basic things in his life.
They're not going to try to teach him academics or anything like that.
And they make him make his own vomit.
I had several life skills students when I taught in Knightstown.
If you've ever seen the movie Hoosiers, that's that school.
And I grew up, started my teaching career there, and I had a couple of life skills students.
And the thought of anyone doing anything remotely like that to either of those kids just makes my blood boil.
It would infuriate me.
It is amazing. It is amazing.
You know, I've told a story before to my audience, and maybe some people haven't heard it, but I'll tell it to you as well.
My wife has a master's degree in teaching, and, you know, 40, 50 years ago, she left Because the teacher next door to her, and they had open classrooms so she could hear what was going on, was just constantly intimidating this one child and bullying him in front of everybody else.
Stand in a trash can, you're nothing but trash.
And his father came in, and she instinctively realized that his father was like that as well.
And she was bullying his father in a parent-teacher's conference day.
She went to the principal and said, can we get rid of this teacher?
This is crazy. The principal said, no, the teacher's got tenure.
Is that something that's still happening in schools?
More so in colleges and universities, rather than tenure being a thing in K-12 schools.
There are a few legacy teachers that have been around for a long time that still do have tenure, but it's very rare these days.
More often, the trouble in schools today comes from principals, those that have no talent in education and are very invested in a lot of nonsense, very power-hungry, and went and got a couple of master's degrees and make the lives of the teachers and parents at that school rather difficult.
Yeah. Oh, yeah. Well, you taught for a while, and tell us a little bit about CRT, because that's something that you're focused on.
Tell the audience exactly how you define it, because that's one of the things they like to do.
Say, well, that's not what we're talking about.
How do you define CRT, and how long has this been happening where you were involved in it?
Absolutely. So, as someone who's studied it for eight years, I actually sat in the classroom of Gloria Ladson-Billings from the University of Wisconsin.
She's the lady who said, hey, let's put CRT into K-12 education back in the 1990s.
Critical race theory is just a lens.
It's a lens with which you look through society, as many theories that are social theories are.
And it simply says this.
Every single action, facet, foundation, or function in American society is built upon white supremacy racism.
Therefore, every single aspect of life is affected by that.
That's all critical race theory is.
It's this weird claim that everything is a secret conspiracy of white supremacy.
Well, you know, when you say it's a lens that you look at the world through, that's, you know, what we would call as Christians would call that a worldview.
And it's essentially like a fundamental, you know, moral construct, a foundational morality to view the world with.
And so what they're doing is they're coming up with a very, you know, Marxist foundational worldview, isn't it?
That is really kind of focused on racism.
It is highly racist in its fundamental premise.
It's very Dewey in its ethic.
And of course, the famous Dewey of American education is the one who wrote the Humanist Manifesto.
And again, that's why as Christians, it's so dangerous to try to flirt with these kinds of things to appease the world, because you end up sacrificing core aspects of a biblical worldview in order to satisfy the world.
Well, you're not supposed to be of the world.
You're not supposed to try to convince the world you're wonderful, lovable, and fun.
You're supposed to stand for Christ.
And that's why this is such an anathema.
Right. That's right. People are concerned, and rightfully so, about the drag queens in the library, but of course, Thomas Dewey got there first.
The Dewey Testament and other things like that.
That's already been infiltrated by Marxists a long, long time ago.
Horace Mann and all the rest of these people that were out there as well.
So let me just ask you, in the Indiana schools, what kind of literacy rates and numeracy rates are you seeing?
Because in the Chicago schools, There was, it was only 30 schools or so that had, where the people were grade level in math.
The kids were at grade level in math.
And it was only about, I'm sorry, there's 30 schools where nobody was at grade level in math.
And there was 50 plus schools where nobody was there for, it was actually the other way.
The math is harder. So it's 50 schools where nobody was at grade level.
30 schools where nobody was at reading level.
What kind of stuff are we seeing in the Indiana schools?
Well, it would depend certainly on the area that you're in in the state.
There are a lot of rural schools that have distanced themselves from a lot of nonsense and still stick to some traditional methods of education, although that's fast eroding, which have literacy rates of close to 70 to 80 percent, whereas suburban schools and inner city schools are anywhere from 20 percent literacy to 50 percent literacy.
It It really just depends.
Yeah, it is amazing.
Of course, it'll all be solved once we get artificial intelligence replacing the teachers, right?
That's what Bill Gates wants.
I mean, he's actually pushing this stuff.
He's going to revolutionize education.
You know, just like after we put personal computers and iPads and stuff, we gave those to the kids.
They're all so much smarter now, right?
It's really amazing.
As a former science and STEM teacher, robotics and computer education was always a deep fascination of mine.
And I started noticing in the mid-20-teens that a lot of the stuff that was being sold to schools were basically just shiny toys, that there really was very little educational value to them.
It was just distractions and entertainment.
And that's what we're paying for as the taxpayer right now.
It's incredible. That's right.
Yeah, when my wife Karen was teaching in school, she was able to get this computer.
It was called CompuColor because it had eight colors at the time.
That was something of anomaly.
This is early, early days.
But she didn't start out by having the kids play games or drawing pictures in color.
She started out by, it also had BASIC, and so she wanted to teach them how to program.
So they're doing flowcharts and things like that.
But that's not what they're using the computers for.
They're using them as a kind of fidget toy or something.
Sure. Yeah, and a drill and practice so that you don't have to actually do that with them.
How long has this CRT thing been happening in Indiana, and how long were you suffering under it?
You said you went back into the, your experience with Gloria Ladson Billings goes back quite a ways.
Did you say back into the 90s?
Was that when it started? That's when she started advocating for the theory.
So I can outline the critical race theory both nationally and the public schools pretty succinctly.
Gloria Ladson-Billings in the 90s made quite a startling discovery, which is that the sexual revolution left a lot of families fatherless, and that creates intergenerational poverty real fast.
Well, fatherlessness was very prevalent in America, in inner-city communities, as well as in the Deep South and in Appalachia.
So she looked at that and said, well, we can't run around telling people that fatherlessness is the issue, so therefore we're going to assume that it's racism.
Of course, she ignored that twice as many white families from Appalachia and the Deep South were suffering from fatherlessness, intergenerational poverty, but she ignored that.
And she kind of clung to that Malcolm X style, it's all racism and it always has been.
And so she suggested in two essays in the 1990s, 1994 and 1996, that we needed to start teaching students that there were these massive barriers to overcome for every black student and that it was all the problem of this mythical white supremacy that governs every part of our lives, like some kind of secret that we needed to start teaching students that there were these And therefore, she started bringing this into the inner city schools.
And so even in Indiana, we started seeing in the late 90s, early 2000s, the very early portions of critical race theory and this type of diversity, equity and inclusion take hold in the inner city academics.
And by the way, this is when schools in the inner city stopped improving.
This is when you actually saw reading and mathematics scores start to plummet.
Because even in the 80s and 90s, inner city schools were still a place where you could get an education.
Not the best one, but you could get an education.
And so this started to seep out into the suburbs in the late aughts as a lot of rich schools.
Suburban, upper middle class individuals got bored, no longer going to church, no longer active in the community.
Well, they need something to do.
Well, they can advocate for racial equity because that's the new hot thing.
And so they started to advocate for that as President Obama ran for the second term in office.
That's when he took up that banner.
Since then, it's been seeping into schools further out from inner cities.
Now, it's become such a popular social trend because Republicans hadn't cared about education for 10 years, completely abandoned it, and Indiana just gave the Democrats basically whatever they demanded in education.
Since that policy has taken hold, it's pretty much infiltrated every aspect of the soft sciences, so talking about English and social studies, in most of the K-12 schools in Indiana.
Now, you know, you're talking about this going back into the 90s, mid-90s and things like that and gradually, you know, it's not going to immediately hit with everybody.
It has to build a little bit. But still, this thing's been going on for like, you know, 20 some odd years and it's only been in the last few years that people have really caught on to this.
Do you think...
Why is that? Did they just catch on to it because of the school lockdowns as parents were seeing what was happening in the kids' classroom?
Is that really where this began or was there starting to become an awareness of CR2 before that?
Well, I was writing about it in 2015 and 2016 because it was startling me how horribly it was affecting kids.
But the reason that parents did not, as a whole, and I'm not talking about, there are a lot of great parents who are already starting to think about these things.
But a lot of parents in the United States have been apathetic for the last...
A couple of generations. David, let me ask you a question.
When's the last time that you opened up the hood of your car and checked the oil?
Yeah, yeah. Well, I do keep a schedule on it, but I typically don't do it myself because I don't have anywhere to jack the car up.
My car is so low, I can't get on it.
But yeah, exactly. You turn it over to experts to do that, and that's what we've done with our kids, right?
Well, we always trusted the engine light, right?
So back in the day, you know, my grandfather would come home every Friday and he would check the oil in the car before the weekend because he knew that he needed to keep an eye on it.
And then after the automated systems came out and again, like you said, the experts started to kind of take a look at this.
We kind of just said, no, they've got it.
If the engine light comes on, I'll check it, but I don't really need to.
Well, all of a sudden, COVID happens and the lockdown happens and parents are forced to hear what's going on in classrooms because a lot of parents in the country didn't care.
The kid came home. It didn't get in trouble.
I'm sure he's learning whatever he learned.
I'm sure that it's just as good as what I learned back when I was in school.
And parents really chose not to be involved.
And I'm not saying that's Any specific cultural group's fault, that was just a trend of lethargy in American society.
And we opened up the hood, even though the engine light wasn't on, and what do we see?
We see smoke pouring out of the engine block, and now parents are very concerned, as they should be.
Yeah, you know, I was thinking as we were talking about that, I did have a British sports car once, and I had to check the oil every time I went anywhere.
Because it was untrustworthy.
That's right. And that's why we need to treat the school system as if it were a British sports car of the 1970s.
And we need to know how that vehicle works, because what I see a lot of people making the mistake now is just going after teachers in general.
There are a lot of decent teachers who don't buy into this garbage that are ordered to do this kind of junk by administrators.
I do think that the administrators and a lot of newer counselors is where a lot of this is coming from.
Use your inside teachers to let you know what's going on inside the school.
There are those that exist. Let's talk a little bit about this.
It's a good analogy that you have about, you know, knowing what it looks like under your hood.
You know, you might even have, if you've had it set for a while, you might have some squirrels that have set up inside the engine.
You know, you don't know what's going on with it.
That happened to me with cars that I've had set for a while, too.
So, you know, let's take a look at that.
And, you know, when we, and knowing what's going on under the hood, Doesn't just mean what the federal curriculum is or what the state curriculum is or even what your school board or your school curriculum is.
It's what's actually happening in the classroom.
And that's the thing that concerns me because I've seen as parents have pushed back, as they push back against a group, sometimes they'll go in and they'll throw out the existing school board.
They'll put somebody else in there. And I've seen it over and over again, both in Florida and in Texas.
The teachers come out and say, well, they can tell me anything they want, but I'm going to teach this stuff to my kids in my classroom.
What do you say that we should do about that?
You know, if you've got an activist teacher that is the teacher of your children, how do you know that?
And what do you do about that?
Well, the very first thing that you should be doing is talking to your teachers and talking to your students or your children.
You need to know what's going on in the classroom, and that takes more than letting someone else handle it.
Unfortunately, I think that the whole electing a better school board thing, while very well-intentioned, becomes, well, I just want to elect someone that I trust to just take care of it for me.
That's not how this country is set up.
You're supposed to be an active citizen of this republic.
You're supposed to be involved.
This country has survived as long as it has because citizens aren't supposed to take breaks and let someone else handle it for them.
This is something that we need to remember in schools as well.
Your kids will let you know what's going on.
You do have an activist teacher there.
Really, you just need a school board who's willing to say, look, we told them to teach in this specific way.
They said, no, they're gone and they have to fire them in Indiana.
You can fire a teacher for whatever reason.
There is no precedent for any kind of rationale that you need to fire a teacher.
If you know, that's actually what Indianapolis ended up using is the excuse to get rid of me.
And that was their legal right.
We don't like you, we're going to fire you, and so they terminated my contract.
I think that schools across the country really should be doing that.
If you don't think a teacher is good, get rid of them.
And what were the accusations against you on the basis of you being fired?
They didn't like the fact that you're pushing back on CRT, or what was it?
Welcome to my show!
Of course, as I said earlier, I studied critical race theory at that point for about seven years, and I was disgusted that I was supposed to lie to my teachers and parents and refuse to do it.
And then we had, lo and behold, Gloria Ladson Billings over for a large staff meeting, and we basically cackled as a staff that we were teaching critical race theory, and our stupid parents just...
Couldn't be burdened with such knowledge.
So I went to Twitter about it and I recorded a video that went viral and went on Tucker Carlson twice and was immediately banned from the building and was told that I had given severe psychological trauma to the other administrators, which was amazing.
And they started a huge investigation in which they didn't want to let me bring a lawyer in with me.
And it was amazing.
They accused me of...
Like missing a meeting that I was supposed to go to like six months ago.
They had to find things to fire me for because I received good evaluations.
So it was just kind of a weird situation of schools trying desperately to cover up a narrative that they had been exposed for.
And you see this a lot around the country now.
That article that I sent you, all of these schools around Indiana, hidden cameras are revealing that administrators know they're lying to you, and parents are justified in looking, which is verbatim what I told parents to do in November of 21 in that video.
And it's a very subversive thing.
You know, they know that parents don't want CRT. They know that parents don't want this LGBT transgender grooming and all the rest of the stuff.
And so there's an active deception that's there.
They talk about it. They brag about it.
They have policies about it that you will use, as I was talking about earlier, in the U.K., You will encourage the kids in their gender transitioning, and yet when you talk to the parents, you will use their biological pronouns when you do that to conceal all this.
And it is a very radical mindset that the children don't belong to you.
That is something the Democrats have been telling us for quite some time, and American parents just can't seem to understand the implications of that, can they?
So this is something that's become a serious concern of mine.
I was actually thrown out of a school board meeting recently locally in Indiana for asking from the press area, again there as a journalist, where the district had obtained a policy they were using to fire a counselor for not going along with the keeping a kid's transition decision from their parents.
And it's incredible how many of these administrators think that because they have a couple of master's degrees, they know better than the parent.
I have two education master's degrees.
Both are worthless. And although it was a very good school and it was a very big waste of money, it does not make you better than the parent.
Just because you're around hundreds of children a day instead of one or two children a day does not mean that you have a magical, biblical-level insight into the inner workings of a child.
The arrogance of that is truly destroying the trust that parents had for a long time in our public education system.
And of course, their experience is very shallow and distributed over a lot of different people instead of really deep about that particular child.
Yeah, I remember that's well said one one woman who came out and said, who do they think they are?
I have a master's degree.
And it's like, yeah, but you're not our master.
I don't think you're a master of anybody or anything, even.
I remember her saying that, and it infuriates me.
My master, two fancy master's degrees, very nice.
They look gorgeous on my wall, and they don't mean a thing.
I still learn things every single day when I do research on educational theory.
We're preparing to homeschool our daughter right now, and so I'm learning things every day about English and literacy education from traditional methods that work far better than anything I observed when I was in the public education system.
Oh, absolutely. Yeah, you had an encounter with the 1619 Project, as you put it, liar.
I would agree with that. But she called you a liar, but actually I think Nicole Hannah-Jones is the liar.
Tell us about your encounter with her in the New York Times.
So that earlier video that I had published, I accused the administration of, again, of lying to parents, and I cited my sources, and I quoted several pieces of literature directly from the authors, Richard Delgado, Robin DiAngelo, Ibram X. Kendi, Gloria Ladson-Billings, and I cited my sources, like the science academic that I was, and published them for the world to see.
She got very upset about that and said, Well, this guy isn't an administrator, despite on the Indianapolis Public School website, I was listed as the Director of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics for the district and the 30,000 students that it held.
She was just very, very upset.
But I didn't really take it seriously, of course.
This is the woman who told everyone that the Union didn't join the Civil War until 1865.
So as a dear old theologist that I knew liked to say, she had a screen door in her submarine.
Yeah. So, you just kind of take those things with a grain of salt.
Well, that's her truth, right?
Her truth is... Whatever she wants.
Her truth about history is this or that, right?
She just comes up with it.
It has worked for her, though, hasn't it?
I mean, she's become very famous and rich doing this type of thing.
Let me ask you. You know, we look at institutions.
They have a life of their own.
They're rotting from the head down.
So many of our institutions everywhere are rotting from the head down.
What do we need to do about education?
Is it fixable, or should we just abandon ship and start something completely different?
By fixing education, do you mean the current public education system in the U.S.? Yeah.
Is the government school system fixable?
That would be my question. So there's an old paradox.
The Grecian ship, you know, if you keep replacing every part, is it the same ship after you've replaced every single part on the ship?
And I think that realistically, that's the paradox that we kind of need to come to terms with with the American public education system.
Yeah, if you replace every single facet and part and policy and organization in the education system with something better, the public education system could be saved.
The Northwest Treaty Ordinance did specify that organizing the town around the church and around the education of children was a very sure way to build a community foundation, and I agree with that to a degree.
I do not think that the total view that libertarians hold that all Education should be completely ignored by the state.
I don't necessarily think that that's a good endgame.
I think that can be a useful model in dismantling things through, for example, with the school choice initiatives that we've been seeing.
More so than anything, to fix the American public education system, I think that every parent needs to be involved daily in what their kids are learning.
I think that Probably a better solution than the public education system and just reforming it financially and institutionally, which would take decades, which could be done, but it would take decades.
I don't think that we really have that time to spare.
I think that micro schools are the future.
We see a lot of good public school teachers and private school teachers leaving the schools.
They're hired by...
Eight to ten parents to teach their group of children.
The parents pitch in to pay that teacher's salary as you would pay tutoring for the year, sometimes through education savings accounts that states pass.
And the kids receive basically a one-room schoolhouse education that's far better in a small classroom setting than they were getting in the public schools.
We're seeing huge success with those micro-schools popping up all over the country.
I think that our resources would be better spent there, but I could be wrong.
Yeah, that is an interesting alternative because, again, that harkens back to, you know, you said the one-room schoolhouse, the way things were in the early 20th century and others.
And, you know, in a situation like that, you're going to have a wide variety of ages.
There's not going to be enough kids that you're going to rigidly segregate them by age and that type of thing.
But let me ask you, as a teacher and somebody who's followed this closely, you know, what is the purpose of What is it that the schools are trying to develop?
Are we trying to create kids who are going to be good citizens?
And what does that look like?
Are we trying to create kids that are going to be good employees?
What is the purpose of education?
Well, the true classical purpose of education that I believe has been set forth since Adam and Eve were first given the charge of their children is that education should inculcate three things.
That would be knowledge of the world around them and the creator which governs them.
Number two, virtue and how one is to act in concordance with that creation.
And then number three, the wisdom to use the two of those together to be a valuable member of society.
I do not think that the modern education system in this country values those three things because I do not believe that the people in that public education system, or the citizens that support it for that matter, value those three things.
Right now, it seems that you have two groups vying for power within the public education system.
On one side, you see those who believe that education's purpose is to create activists for progressive change, to kind of fight these bogey bogey men of white supremacy and gender inequality and insert down here inequities and all of that.
And the other group of education, these would be the establishment Republicans, believe that we should be creating individuals ready to participate in the economy of the state.
And that's what a lot of Republicans will get in front of their state houses and say, both groups are missing the mark.
It's like individuals walking around with their hands over their eyes trying to tell you what they see.
It's not very useful. They're getting a part of the picture, but they, again, have abandoned the three classical values, which we've learned throughout all of history, especially looking at the works of St.
Thomas Aquinas that education is built for, which is wisdom, knowledge, and virtue.
I agree.
Absolutely.
And, you know, I go back and I look at comments from R.L. Dabney.
He said he was absolutely opposed to government being involved in any way in education because he said fundamentally it is about religion.
It's about virtue and wisdom and things like that, not just knowledge.
He said you can convey knowledge in a technical school, you know, as an apprentice or something like that.
But he said education is something different.
It's fundamentally, you know, what, you know, is spiritual, is foundational, is moral, as you pointed out.
And that is something that he said we're always going to be at odds if we're going to have the government doing it because then it's going to be whose worldview is going to be taught.
You know, just as you were saying earlier, specifically.
CRT is a worldview, and the LGBT stuff is really a worldview that they're pushing on the kids as well.
And then, you know, the Republicans have had their own worldviews in the past.
And so what he was looking at, that's why he opposed it.
It wasn't the sort of thing he couldn't even imagine...
Where we would be today with CRT or LGBT with that, but he was looking at it from a standpoint, are you going to teach secularism?
Are you going to teach Protestantism?
Are you going to teach Judaism, Catholicism?
What is going to be taught?
Because fundamentally, that is the foundation of the person that you're talking about, and that should be the object of education and what he was talking about.
So I think when we start to decentralize this and rethink education, I think it really is essential for us to get away from this factory system that was initially set up to feed people into the factory economy in a one-size-fits-all.
And then the conservatives, as you pointed out, kind of lost interest, and the progressives took that over and turned the ship around.
They're now sinking in, I think.
I think that there was an interesting approach when we left the one-room schoolhouse to kind of model after the grammar schools that we had seen and also some of the boarding schools that had popped up.
And I don't fault them for the way that they did so at the time.
If you have an individual whose expertise is history, then you should want that individual teaching history in the school.
And you have another individual whose expertise is mathematics, then they should be teaching mathematics.
The problem is, again, and I think that The core issue with, again, the criticism that you just recited on and expounded upon on the government running the system is that it involves people becoming apathetic and turning over full and total control via means of trust to that institution.
And again, they're your children.
There should not be any institution, there should not be any kind of facet that does not involve you being a Berean, to pull from the scriptural example, double-checking your work.
And this is why, by the way, that you should know about medicine.
This is why you should know about industry.
This is why you should know how the education system works, because you should be double checking these things for your kids.
There is no situation in which you're a good parent for turning over complete and total control or trust of your child to someone or something else.
That's not wise.
And every scriptural example of someone turning over the trust of their children to someone else ends in complete and abysmal failure.
There's a reason for that.
And it was common sense up until about 15 minutes ago, which is that the more you are involved in your child's upbringing, the better they will be trained, as the proverb says, to go in the direction they should go.
Yeah, you're absolutely right.
Absolutely agree with what you're saying.
So you're talking about, as a former teacher, somebody who's seen the current system from the inside, you're looking for your kids at homeschooling.
Talk a little bit about what is out there on the horizon for people in homeschooling.
We did that with our children, but it's been a while now.
So talk to people about, you know, we got the micro...
School advantage, kind of a one-room schoolhouse where the parents are in close contact with the teacher and are overseeing that.
And, of course, we've seen things like that in the past with homeschool cooperatives and things like that in a more open way.
Talk about some of the things that are on the horizon with homeschoolers, the good and bad, and maybe some pitfalls that we might want to watch out for.
Absolutely. So I would say right now there's never been a better time to try out something like this.
So many states have taken on school choice opportunities which allow you to pay for these alternative education options.
And again, try some of these things out.
The myth that if your child tries something out in education and it doesn't work, they're going to be damaged forever is one of the stupid and silliest myths that have ever been told.
If you've ever had a kid try a sport and it not work out, you understand that's goofy.
It doesn't ruin your child. So try something out.
Try out, if you can afford it with the time, try out a little bit of homeschooling.
Try out a micro-schooling option.
Try a private school, a Christian school.
There are many different opportunities and options that you can take a look at, and there are many resources that...
Kind of aggregate and accumulate outlines on these different options.
I would recommend looking up the classical learning test with Jeremy Wayne Tate.
He talks about a lot of classical learning education opportunities.
Also, you can reach out to me directly, Tony.Kinnett at Heritage.org or on Twitter over at The Tonus, T-H-E-T-O-N-U-S. I'd be happy to point you in any number of directions if you're interested.
I'm more than happy to take time to help a parent find their path.
The second thing I should mention...
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, that's one of the things that when people talk to me about it, I said, everything has changed so much there's just an explosion in stuff that is out there.
And I don't know what a lot of the new stuff is.
And that's the key thing.
But when I encourage people, I say...
Look at the government schools.
You couldn't possibly do worse.
And so take that fear of failure away from – take it off the table and don't be afraid to do something.
And if it doesn't work, try something different.
As you pointed out, your child's not going to be irreparably damaged by anything that you try with this stuff.
It can easily be changed if it doesn't work for them.
And we found that ourselves when we were going through things.
We would try different curricula for math or different curricula for English, and some would be liked by one child and not by another child.
So you experiment and you do it on an individual basis.
Talk a little bit about the classical curriculum because that was something that I thought was always interesting, but it was really beyond the amount of time that we could devote to it.
Has I gotten any...
There's other resources out there.
Maybe that's gotten a little bit easier for people to do.
It's pretty hard to do unless there's some actual school often affiliated with a church or something that is running the classical curriculum through.
The Trivium. That used to be kind of the case that it was kind of restricted by your access physically and location to that kind of a thing.
However, there are a lot of online options now that do provide classical resources that can help teach you how to make your education experience for your kid a little more classical.
This just includes a higher level of expectation.
narrative focused education and teaching your child very early on some of the higher principles in history and ethics and philosophy and actually trusting that your kid can understand difficult concepts like aristotle and shakespeare earlier than being a senior in high school that's right and those things do shape what it is that they do
There's also classical education that focuses very heavy on etymology, so the origin of words and syntax.
there's also uh classical education that focuses very heavy on etymology so the origin of words and syntax so focusing on greek focusing on latin and actually taking some of those aspects to making your education a more valuable experience i have yet to find an individual that utilized latin in their education that is not excellent at reading at language synthesis at historical analysis because it really does teach you a whole lot and that's coming from someone who never learned how to speak latin And those things do shape what it is that they do.
So focusing on Greek, focusing on Latin, and actually taking some of those aspects to making your education a more valuable experience.
I have yet to find an individual that utilized Latin in their education that is not excellent at reading, at language synthesis, at historical analysis, because it really does teach you a whole lot.
And that's coming from someone who never learned how to speak Latin.
I've never studied Latin beyond a little bit during my time learning Koine when I was in college.
So I would encourage parents really to look at resources, again, via the classical learning test.
They have a kind of a small repository of places that you can go.
But you don't have to be close to a school that teaches classically anymore to get involved.
Some of the best classically trained individuals that I know were homeschooled and by parents that learned on the fly to say it.
That's right. Yeah. Even if you don't know Latin yourself, you can still teach on that.
What we wound up doing was we found some books that had keywords from Latin and from Greek because I thought that was one of the best aspects of that was to see the etymologies you're talking about, you know, of our language.
And once you start to learn a lot of those, you can pretty much look at so many English words and you immediately can kind of piece together what is really there.
It was something that we enjoyed, even though we had not done that in our education.
That's another nice thing about homeschooling your kids.
You get to go back and fill in some of the missing pieces in your education if you want to do it that way.
That's one of the things I like.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
I mean, the science of reading right now and the instruction of phonics is becoming such an easier, a more easily understood subject than when I was even in school.
It's amazing to see the strides that we are making.
In some of these educational practices because, again, education is starting to become decentralized, which means that individuals are going to find out things.
It's like a new age of industry that is starting to take hold in education, things we're discovering, that we're inventing, that we're trying out.
And I'm excited to see 20 years from now the effects and the refinements of some of these studies.
Again, it has never been more fun to be in the education field, and I do miss being in the classroom primarily for that reason.
Well, you're going to have some kids to really focus on, and I'm sure you're going to do a great job of teaching them.
One of the things I like, too, I'll say this about the classical curriculum, even though we didn't do it, finding out about, you know, in terms of the perspective, the general perspective, Teaching kids to think on their own.
That's what a liberal education used to mean.
And so part of that would be to give kids at a very early age, there'd be a lot of memorization, a lot of facts that you would be giving them, and then you transition into putting those together in a critical thinking type of way.
And so, you know, you can also teach critical thinking without doing a full classical curriculum.
So there's always opportunities like that that exist.
And as you find out about different approaches, you can pick and choose this from that.
Whatever works for you and your kids, you know, it's kind of like a smorgasbord out there, and it's even more so that way.
I agree with you.
I think that is the future. There's a tremendous amount of information that is online, and it's just, you know, there's so much information and so little time.
That's really the issue, I think, isn't it?
Prioritizing this stuff. I think so.
And that's one of the reasons I'm so optimistic because we've been talking about, you know, the curriculum, but we haven't even talked about the pedagogy, which is how something is taught.
And right now, the numbers of ways to teach all of the different things that, you know, we used to sit in classrooms and drone through are limitless.
I mean, the field trips that parents are taking their kids on to museums and to parks and going into the woods and all kinds of wonderful things just to experience creation.
Getting back to that apprentice model that, again, with the apprentice, the fellow craft, and the master, it's amazing to see kids younger and younger kind of hang out with their parents while they're doing their work and really getting to experience applying some of the things that they've learned and finding out that Wow, these kids really enjoy labor and accomplishment and industry and that agency that comes from those things.
It's something that the Montessori crew got right back in the late 90s and early 2000s.
And then they got distracted because, you know, wooden blocks are so much fun to play with.
They forgot to stick to the classical roots.
But seriously, these things in education, it's truly a wonderful time to be able to participate, especially when the competition is tripping over themselves in agony.
Yeah, exactly. I remember when John Taylor Gatto was an outspoken advocate of homeschooling and stuff, but he was a former Teacher of the Year in New York a couple of times, I think, and he would do that.
He would do a lot of field trips and things like that with the students, and I think that's a very important thing.
You know, when we talk about The importance of a moral foundation.
That goes back to Deuteronomy 6.
You take your kids with you as you're walking, as you're doing these activities on a day-to-day basis with your kids there.
You give them moral instruction as what is happening.
or you talk to them about politics, or you talk to them about history, or you talk to them about math and other things like that.
But it's being there with them.
That gives you an opportunity to speak into their life and to give them a moral foundation.
If you're not there, you can't do that.
And that's the key thing.
I think that is very important.
As you're talking about the different methods that people have, we're talking about phonics or see and say that they tried that doesn't really work that well.
The different approaches as to how you teach something, the pedagogy as you've talked about.
But math is the same way.
I remember when I was in school, they had this new math, and it really didn't click on me.
Oh, new math.
Yeah, new math was awful.
I hated the new math.
But I wanted to go into engineering, and I had to get over this.
And I had just avoided as many math classes as I could.
I don't know how in the world I graduated with a few math classes I had, so I had to catch up on my own.
And the thing that saved me was I found a math book that had been used as a textbook for the Naval Academy.
That got me through trig.
It was all practical, and I loved it.
It was great. It got me up to spherical trig, even.
And so, you know, there's difference in the way that the information is presented and how you're looking at it.
And again... You laugh at new math because that's where you're coming from in that area, science and math, right?
Oh, no. I was laughing because there's an old Tom Lehrer song.
It was a pianist and a comedian.
Oh, I know. And new math, new who math.
And it gets stuck in my head, and I love that one.
Yeah, I remember Tom Lehrer.
I love his stuff.
But, yeah, that was a time that I was around there learning.
He's a little bit older than I am, and that was the kind of stuff that they threw at us.
So it's how it's presented.
And now you've got a massive...
Smorgasborg of different ways that you want to teach these same subjects.
Which subjects are you going to teach?
It is really an exploding thing there.
So that's the positive aspect of it.
People have been given an opportunity.
The curtain has been pulled back.
We've seen what CRT looks like.
We've seen what is happening with the LGBT stuff.
We know they want to take your kids away from you and hide what they're actually doing.
We know what their agenda is.
And then on the other side, there's this vast open area of opportunity for you to explore with your children.
I think that's the key thing, isn't it?
And I really would point this out, that in an era where parents are desperate to connect with their own kids and they think, you know, oh, I got these teenagers who don't want to be around me and don't want anything to do with me and I don't know how to connect with them.
If you are taking your kids out and you are, you know, involving them in, you know, your work and your labor and getting them to experience more parts of, quote unquote, adult life that we kind of sheltered away from in the 60s through the 80s.
And you actually get kids to experience that kind of work alongside you as your assistant, as whatever it is that you have been doing completing tasks.
You unlock passions in their life.
Yes.
And they are those are experiences they share with you that, you know, of course, you know, to put it in the hallmark way or lifetime experiences and wonderful, but in a more serious experience.
In a more serious fashion, that gives you things to talk about.
That builds that core of trust that lasts forever.
You don't have to wait until your kids are in your 20s to be quote-unquote adults laboring in the field together.
You can get that in an earlier age by trusting that your kids will be interested in things that you're doing because that's where education is applied.
And that's how it's always been meant to be there ever since the earliest days of instruction that we learned of in the time of the Israelites.
Yes, I agree.
That is absolutely true.
It is an interesting time.
And I think it is interesting.
And I've looked at it from a Christian perspective.
I remember looking at how everything was closing down.
And, of course, our freedoms are being closed down even more rapidly in so many more areas now.
And yet, at the same time, we have this window of opportunity for education with our kids, which is such a strange thing, and I always saw that as a God thing.
You know, that God was keeping that window of opportunity open for us as, you know, every one of our freedoms are being infringed upon in rapidly increasing ways.
We still have that freedom to educate our kids, and that is a wonderful thing.
We need to take advantage of that in any way that we can in terms of making the choices and being involved in what our kids are doing.
We have that opportunity, and it would be a shame to lose that, isn't it?
Well, thank you so much for joining us, Tony.
And what is the best way for people to find your work?
You're there at The Daily Signal as a host.
You have a radio show on WIBC. Tell people, do you have a website that you want to direct people to?
Just dailysignal.com.
You can find a lot of my work, but the easiest way to get in touch with me, and I know that given the dumpster fire nature of the site, some people may not find it as fun, but you can find me over on Twitter at thetonus, T-H-E-T-O-N-U-S. My messages are open.
I love getting to chat with people.
Other than that, you can, of course, find my email and things over at the Daily Signal, and I'm happy to talk to you there as well.
That's great. Great talking to you.
It's good to see somebody who's been there, who understands it, has recent experience in it, and understands the big picture.
Thank you so much, Tony. It's great having you on.
Thanks for having me on, David. Thank you.
Thank you.
We'll be right back, folks.
Stay with us.
Thank you.
And now, The David Knight Show.
Welcome back on Rock Fan DJ in Ohio.
Thank you very much for the tip.
He or she don't know the pronouns.
Well, the classic hymns really do say it all, don't they?
Thank you so much for that.
Aldaffer, thank you for the tip.
I appreciate that. Let's talk a little bit about what has happened in the last few hours.
We've had yet another bank fail.
And, you know, when we talk about, actually, I guess you could say collapsed or something.
Technically, the failure is when the regulators shut it down.
We had one bank that we've had three of them who have failed that way.
We had another one that voluntarily shut down and didn't have to use the FDIC. That was Silvergate.
I think they had a gun held to their head because of their involvement with crypto, and that's, I think, a big part of what is happening with these different banks.
This particular one, First Republic, has been in worse shape than SVC for quite some time, people were saying.
It's either SVC or it's one of the other banks that was shut down previously.
They said, yeah, look, First Republic's even worse.
It's now been purchased by J.P. Morgan after a government seizure.
So we've had now three failed banks and one, quote-unquote, voluntarily shut down.
The bank's headquartered in San Francisco, part of the Silicon Valley crowd, rich clients who have money deposited way above the FDIC level, writes Brian Shalhavi at Health Impact News.
And so, as he points out, the bailout of wealthy big tech investors continues.
And then he puts in a story from Zero Hedge talking about it.
And of course, J.P. Morgan gets to get a sweetheart deal out of all this.
They get to pick this up.
We get stuck with the toxic assets, the public does.
And they get to skim off the cream.
It's nice to be the biggest bank, isn't it?
So this is not in a private...
Market-arranged deal, writes Zero Hedge, but rather in a transaction that would follow a government seizure of the troubled lender, the seizure and sale of First Republic will wipe out the equity of FRC and potentially impose losses on creditors,
said the Wall Street Journal. So, J.P. Morgan, already the largest U.S. bank, is about to get even bigger by scooping up all the good stuff Zero H says, Be insured.
They're right. Exactly.
Nor is it clear how a wipeout of the capital, which would spark a systemic crisis simply because the Fed is now running policy.
Listen to this. Policy of monetary tightening through bank collapse.
That's a great way to put it.
That's exactly what is happening here.
You know, we've had quantitative easing, and then we had quantitative tightening.
And now maybe what we've got is quantitative tightening via quantitative closings.
That may be what they're trying to pull here.
Interesting to see that at the beginning of March, First Republic's stock was trading at $120.
It's now trading at $1.20.
They've lost 99% of the stock value since March.
Just in two months.
We're at the beginning of May. So just in two months, they've lost 99% of their value.
And as we've said for the longest time, you know, how does financial collapse come to a country as well as to individuals?
Gradually, then suddenly.
And that happened very suddenly.
Former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers.
Criticize Washington regulators and U.S. banking giants for not having already figured out a solution.
You know, these are people that were paying on average, and the FDIC were paying them, as I said before, what was it, $160,000, $168,000 on average?
Clearly they're not being paid for performance.
This thing coming and there's nothing they're doing.
Summers said, these things are like forest fires.
It's much easier to prevent them than it is to contain them after they start to spread.
So maybe they should have a seminar put on by Smokey the Bear.
Smokey Bear, not the bear.
The question now is simple.
Will they make it to the close before the FDIC steps in?
Bear in mind, says Brian Shalhavi, bear in mind that the big banks have $30 billion in deposits in this bank.
So the FDIC already has a problem.
And it is metastasizing as we look through all of this stuff.
But somebody thinks that the system really works well.
And that is Jamie Dimon, or Demon, depending on how you prefer to pronounce his name, the CEO of J.P. Morgan.
He says the system is very, very sound because the system works really well for him.
He just got a sweetheart deal on this thing.
It looks to me like it's working just like we planned.
It works just like it did for the namesake, you know, J.P. Morgan.
He said, we need large, successful banks in this economy.
You need me. He said, this is nothing like 08 or 09.
Finally, the two biggest-to-fail bank CEO warned, we are clearly going to see some reduction in bank lending, implying that J.P. Morgan will be doing, quote, God's work.
Oh, that's a laughable joke.
Demon's closing comments were the most prophetic.
He said, we'll be supporting community banks as the banks will consolidate.
In other words, we're going to swallow these up.
And if you go back and look at what was being done by Elizabeth Warren with her Consumer Financial Protection Board, That is what they did.
They consolidated the banking industry tremendously.
You look at everything the Democrats have done.
You look at the Clinton administration taking off the restrictions on bank mergers, removing the Glass-Steagall Act.
You look at it with continued on with what Elizabeth Warren had.
Everything that they've been doing has been consolidating it.
And once they get down to just a few, they're going to consolidate it all into the Federal Reserve and pay these people off for having done that.
It is a system where they are seeking monopoly more so than any other place.
And Janet Yellen is warning that they may not have enough money to continue to do business at the Treasury Secretary.
The Treasury is running out of money.
I guess I've got to have permission to print more or not even to print it, but to, you know, put the extra digital credits out there.
Look, they may be running into the debt limit, but that's not even looking at what is going to happen with reserve status happening.
As we close out, I'll just say, remember, money is...
Gold is money, and the only real money that you own is the stuff that you have in your possession.
DavidKnight.gold will take you to TonyArdenWiseWolf.gold.
And Tony is a great person to see.
If you want to try to get gold and silver before they become unobtainium, you know, that metal from the Marvel comics, you won't be able to find this stuff.
