	Today we're going to be talking to both Alex Newman of the New American about the election steal, about the election fraud, and we will be talking to Steve Malloy.
	I've talked to him many times.
	He was the one who, back in North Carolina, broke The human experimentation at the EPA lab.
	They wanted to increase the regulations to make sure that we got rid of all diesel engines and gasoline engines.
	And so what they did was they ran ads for people who had heart issues, respiratory issues, and they basically hooked them up to diesel tailpipes.
	Yeah, they took out the carbon monoxide that would kill them.
	But they wanted people that were going to have severe reactions, and they exposed them to 72 times, 72 times the level that the EPA said was allowed.
	And at the same time, you had Lisa Jackson going to Congress with then-Congressman Markey, who's now a senator.
	And the two of them had scripted out a little back-and-forth dialogue about how there were more people who died From fine particulate matter.
	I remember this is the time, this is like eight years ago, you know, where they were coming after fireplaces, barbecue, all of this stuff, right?
	They were telling, if you went to the EPA's website about fine particulate matter, you would see a picture of the Smoky Mountains, which were called the Smoky Mountains by the Indians before there was any diesel engines or industrial revolution or any of that stuff.
	I mean, this stuff is laughably absurd.
	And yet, Lisa Jackson and Markey had worked up a dialogue between the two of them.
	And you could tell because actually he stepped over some of her lines and had to back up and she repeated the lines.
	It's all scripted.
	They're telling everybody, yeah, there's more people dying from this than from cancer and heart disease.
	And now we hear there's more people dying from COVID than cancer and heart disease.
	The CDC said so.
	So, just listen to what the CDC said.
	Or what Fauci said.
	And so this is the way this is gone.
	You know, they have replaced internal combustion engines and the Industrial Revolution.
	They replaced that with a new mysterious disease that nobody can see, nobody can diagnose, and we don't have to have tests that even measure it!
	We can just assume it!
	Because the tests don't measure quantity, they're not tests then, right?
	And so we're rolling this out, and now you've got every day More extreme headlines coming from British media, now talking about militant, militant anti-vaxxers.
	And how the British Army is not going to just be, you know, they've got the British spies that are out there to push back and to control.
	So they're going to censor as well as propagandize the GCHQ.
	The people that were set up, you know, to oppose the foreign enemies of the UK, The people that were set up to look out for terrorists.
	They haven't done too good a job with either of those, have they?
	But they're going to come after their own people.
	And guess who the enemy is?
	And guess who they're going to physically put the army in the streets?
	The intelligence agencies are there to mess with you mentally and with the information.
	But they're going to be putting the army on the street because they're also bragging about how they are going to limit your life.
	You will have no life.

	and the U.K.
	and all these different governments now are sounding just like China.
	You'll have no life whatsoever if you don't get a vaccine.
	I mean, if the vaccine worked, why would I have to get one, right?
	If it worked for these, oh, no, no, it's just like the mask.
	Your mask doesn't protect you.
	It protects others, and their mask protects you, and their vaccine protects you.
	The trick that social engineers use is very, very simple.
	They just teach us that the architecture of civilization, that the trajectory of a species is designed by these ever-knowing, loving, liberal technocrats, and that if we just sit back and enjoy the ride, everything will be great.
	But then they tell us that humans are obsolete, non-essential, and we're bad for the Earth, and we need to be phased out.
	So, they're very open about what they're doing, and they count on us.
	Just being very passive, living in the Matrix-like system that they're building.
	But what defines humans more than anything from the rest of the quote, animal kingdom, is that we control our environment.
	We build our own environments.
	We create our own systems.
	We really geoengineer and terraform the planet and its systems towards our aims.
	But instead, we're acting like animals, and the globalists play the part of humans, and us as cattle.
	That's the trick.

	And let me tell you where this all comes from.
	There is an article by Alistair Crook, and I like the terms that he uses.
	The digital iron curtain descends.
	You see, this is all... I'm not just talking about COVID every day.
	COVID is the device.
	It's the MacGuffin, if you will, to use Hitchcock's terms.
	It is the MacGuffin to usher in this technocratic slavery.
	This U.N.
	2030 Agenda of Slavery, of taking everything that you have.
	You want to call it the Great Reset?
	You want to call it Vision 2030?
	You want to call it U.N.
	2030 Agenda?
	They've used all these names.
	And of course, it was always originally to talk about climate change.
	As I said at the top of the show, we're going to have Alex Newman in to talk about the election.
	We're also going to have Steve Malloy in to talk about what President Trump can do to shut down the Paris Climate Accord once and for all.
	It was self-ratified, as they called it, by John Kerry and by Barack Obama.
	As the Obama administration comes back in, and as John Kerry comes back in, you know that they're just going to jump back into this thing, right?
	Except the reality is, if you're going to get into a treaty, you have to have the Senate ratification.
	Now, this is really something that the Senate should and could do.
	McConnell could do it.
	I don't think he's going to do it.
	It's something that President Trump could lead as well.
	To prod them to do this.
	I don't think he's going to do that either.
	He's going to be focused on himself.
	Pardoning himself, getting himself re-elected, whatever.
	Starting his new Trump TV.
	He's not going to be caring about you and I, right?
	Let's just understand that's where this is.
	He wants to roll out this vaccine against you and I?
	My very worst fears about President Trump from four years ago, five years ago, 2015, have been realized.
	He's an individual who has absolutely no respect for individual liberty, no understanding or respect to the Constitution, utter contempt for the little people.
	You gotta get the shots, he said!

	Yeah, just tell them they gotta take the shots.
	Yeah, that lady over there who's got a house, I want to build a parking lot for my casino in Atlanta City, just use eminent domain.
	Take her out.
	And then before He builds his parking lot after he takes her home.
	He shuts down his casino.
	I reported that when he was a candidate.
	I drew comparisons to Pixar's Up.
	This kind of contempt for the little man is what you see in Operation Warp Speed.
	And we've got to save our savior from this crooked election.
	Let me tell you, the crooked election is a big issue.
	But the crooked election was predicated by this crooked, undeclared martial law.
	And the endgame of this martial law is just not to get Trump out of office.
	This is about the U.N.
	2030 Agenda, and Trump has been totally AWOL on that.
	Except at the very beginning.
	At the very beginning, before he turned.
	Before he, you know, we had some victories from Benedict Arnold before he turned.
	And surrendered to the British as well.
	But let's talk about the digital Iron Curtain.
	That this is coming from Davos.
	Coming from the UN.
	What is the Digital Iron Curtain?
	It's when Big Digital, writes Alistair Crook, when Big Digital, as Professor Michael Recktenwald termed these Western technological Goliaths, Big Digital becomes governmentalities.
	Governmentalities.
	That's another interesting word.
	This one came from Michael Foucault.
	To refer to the means by which they govern, that is us, Assimilate and reflect outwardly a mental attitude that is desired by the elites.
	Now, I like this article, not because he's really breaking any new ground.
	I've talked about this for years.
	For years, I have said, the Internet was designed to be an instrument of psychological warfare.
	A PSYOP.
	It was designed in the 1960s, conceived, by JCR Licklider. He called it the Intergalactic Computer Network.
	Internet. You had DARPAnet. You know, he used to work for DARPA, then they created DARPAnet.
	And then when the internet became practical, you had the CIA going open, going open in terms of creating a venture capital firm, In-Q-Tel. You had many other people who were at the top of the intelligence community, signals intelligence, people who were high-ranking NSA officials, CIA officials sitting on the boards of these venture capital firms that were putting people like Zuckerberg in place. Funding it.
	They were able to run for 15, 20 years without charging anything for any of their services.
	Isn't that interesting?
	Where did this money come from?
	Now they're charging.
	And now they're doing what they were designed to do, which is to control what you see and what you think.
	And so as he talks about this, he says, the digital iron curtain descends when supposedly private enterprises, big digital, mutually interpenetrate with and then claim the state.
	It's a merger.
	This is a snake.
	And I don't know, you know, what's the head?
	What's the tail anymore?
	Doesn't really matter.
	Because they've merged.
	It's corporate fascism.
	It's technological fascism.
	The merger of the state with giant corporations.
	To compel you.
	Regressive values.
	You know, the values that they don't like.
	That you hold on identity or race or gender are quickly slipped into the label of heresy.
	Such as BLM activists endlessly repeating, silence is not an option, silence is complicity.
	You must celebrate what we do.
	And of course this didn't begin with BLM.
	This began with the homosexual activists.
	They were not content to do as they please with sodomy.
	You must celebrate their sodomy.
	You must legalize their marriages.
	And if you don't legalize their marriages, they will purge you out of the public square.
	You must celebrate it, not tolerate it.
	These U.S.
	tech platforms have for some time become effectively fused in the realms of intelligence and defense.
	And this is what I've been saying for years, as long as I've been on the radio, I've been saying this to you so you can verify that.
	To the extent these CEOs no longer see themselves As partners of the state, or contractors, but rather as some higher elite leadership precisely shaping and directing the future of the U.S.
	However, their objective is to advance beyond the American sphere to a notion that such an elite oligarchy eventually would be directing a future planetary governance.
	A future planetary governance.
	When the Pope came out with his encyclical on the environment five years ago, the guy that he chose to head up the Vatican Council was John Schellenhuber, a guy who had pushed for depopulation, a guy who had pushed for the Earth League.
	This is something Prince Charles championed as well.
	They want a planetary council.
	They want a planetary Supreme Court And on and on.
	A planetary legislative body.
	Planetary constitution.
	This world government.
	This world government that was based upon environmentalism and depopulation.
	And now we have the call for a world government based on a virus.
	And you can tie this into depopulation and you can tie it into surveillance and a global ID.
	The blatant attempt by big tech platforms and mainstream media to write the narrative of the 2020 Facebook and Twitter U.S.
	election, coupled with their campaign to insist that dissent is either the intrusion of enemy disinformation, you know, coming from Russia and so forth.
	This is very telling.
	But even more telling is the fact that it's not just the U.K.
	where they're going to use the spies.
	It's in the U.S.
	as well.
	They're already talking about that.

	You know, something very sad is happening.

	But why is it, even though we have doctors who say this is easily treatable, easily treatable with drugs that exist, that have been around for so long, they no longer have a patent on them, Why is it that a disease like that has one and only one solution?
	And that is vaccination.
	And why is it that people who are vaccinated are not protected?
	So all of us must be vaccinated.
	And why is it that we have to have now with this new novel approach multiple vaccinations up front so they've got to get identification information on us and an ID on each and every one of us?

	So as we look at this, the new cyber offensive, as the many British papers are talking about this, a new cyber offensive launched Monday by the UK's Signal Intelligence Agency, GCHQ.

	Similar efforts, writes Whitney Webb, similar efforts are underway in the US, of course.
	With the military recently funding a CIA-backed firm, that's Palantir.
	They were created by the CIA.
	Again, another one of these companies created by In-Q-Tel, the CIA venture capital firm, Palantir.
	Openly referring, in their logo, in their name, to the Lord of the Rings.
	Openly referring to the fact they were going to scrape your information.
	Use it for geospatial intelligence.
	Use it to manipulate you.
	That's what the Palantir's were in Lord of the Rings.
	And they talk about that a great deal.
	They have a lot of open embracing of Lord of the Rings metaphors within their corporation.

	Yeah, the crystal balls that allowed the The elites to talk to each other.
	Then they use that to look into people, to look into their mind, as it was taken over by the dark side.
	Yeah, that's what Palantir is.
	The CIA-backed firm is going to be used by the U.S.
	military, which were the ones who were running Operation Warp Speed, the U.S.
	military, to develop an AI algorithm aimed specifically at new websites that promote suspected disinformation.
	Related to the COVID-19 crisis and the U.S.
	military-led COVID-19 vaccination effort known as Operation Warp Speed.
	Now, the Times, that would be the London Times, as our British friends used to say.
	They, I said, you know, London, no, no, The Times.
	There's only one Times as far as they're concerned.
	You know, we have the New York Times, we have many other, but oh, but there's only one The Times.
	That's the London Times.
	The Times stated,
	that quote the government regards tackling false information about inoculation as a rising priority as the prospect of a reliable vaccine against coronavirus draws closer unquote Whitney Webb goes on to say this larger pivot toward treating alleged anti-vaxxers as national security threats has been ongoing for much of this year spearheaded in part by Imran Ahmed
	Imran Ahmed.
	You know, it's kind of interesting, these guys that are spearheading all these different actions against the British people.
	We have Imran Ahmed.
	We also have a British minister by the name of Nahim Zahawi.
	You start looking at all this stuff.
	And it reminds me of the very tactic that was used by the British Empire.
	When they occupied different areas.
	You know, when they occupied India, for example, they would have the people who are actually the ones setting policy, setting the direction, would be British.
	But the rest of the civil service was completely filled out with people from India.
	So that it didn't create too much of a pushback.
	And now, the tables have been turned.
	You have the British Civil Service being filled out with the British people and the people at the top are the people coming in from other areas.
	People who are globalists and so forth.
	The same tactic they're using here against us.
	You go back and you look at these people who are at the top.
	They're not American.
	Sundar Pichai.
	Not American.
	And the rest of these people.
	But, you know, they got it filled out with a lot of, you know, people who are actually, you don't see too many of them, so they don't have to worry about that.
	They can bring in foreign workers because you're not really having contact with them.
	They're the ones having contact with you.
	Nevertheless, as we go back to this, this guy, Ahmed Imran, CEO of the UK-based Center for Countering Digital Hate.
	A member of the UK Government's Steering Committee on Countering Extremism Pilot Task Force.
	Part of the UK Government's Commission on Countering Extremism.
	See how many layers this has?
	How bureaucratic this whole thing is?
	That's our biggest hope.
	These giant bureaucracies.
	Ahmed told The Independent, another UK newspaper, back in July, quote, I would go beyond calling anti-vaxxers conspiracy theorists.
	I would say they're an extremist group.
	that poses a national security risk.
	He then stated that, quote, once someone has been exposed to one type of conspiracy, it's easy to lead them down a path where they embrace more radical worldviews that lead to violent extremism.
	Similarly, a think tank tied to the U.S.
	intelligence argued in a research paper published just months before the onset of COVID-19 crisis that the U.S.
	anti-vaxxer movement would pose a threat to national security in the event of a pandemic.
	With a novel organism.
	This is exactly what we heard at the end of October 2017.
	We had the big media controllers.
	You had Big Digital.
	You had the Tech Goliaths.
	You had the governmentalities of Google, Facebook, Twitter.
	Congressional hearings.
	And then you had Clint Watts talking about the need to control information.
	He said the information war is going to turn into a civil war and we've got to shut these people down and eliminate them.
	He was speaking from the military industrial standpoint.

	It would not infringe on freedom of speech or freedom of the press.
	Should not be part of U.S.
	government.
	should sit separate from social media companies but be utilized by them.
	Users wanting to consume information from outlets with a poor rating wouldn't be prohibited.
	If they are misled about the truth, they have only themselves to blame.

	We can get back to the economy being robust.

	When you're protected, you're another person the virus can't impact.
	Whereas if you're vulnerable, even if you don't get a lot of symptoms, the fact that you've been infected means you are inadvertently propagating the outbreak.
	So if you want to be part of the solution, get vaccinated and say, I'm not going to be one of the people that's going to be a stepping stone for the virus to go to somebody else.
	I'm going to be dead end to the virus.
	It seems like this is a fundamental question about science these days, and I'm curious if there's any kind of wisdom that you would want to share with people about kind of the perspective on risk-benefit in thinking through this.
	Well, you're on to something there, Mark, and that's something we deal with in medicine all the time.
	Because when you're dealing with either the treatment or the prevention of disease, that you're going to do interventions, and there are no interventions of anything that don't have some risk.
	It might be a minuscule risk.

	But other people will be exposed to that and because their immune system and their health is not compromised in many other ways, they will be able to survive it because we have this thing called an immune system.
	Now the idea, the theory behind the vaccines is that it's supposed to expose your immune system To a weakened or dead version of this somehow.
	You know, or a part of it, as they're now saying with the Moderna mRNA.
	And so your immune system gets some early training so that it can recognize this and respond to it early on.
	And so that your immune system gets beefed up to handle this.
	Now we just played yesterday Rand Paul talking to Fauci about all this, and Rand Paul of course is Supposedly been exposed to COVID.
	He recovered.
	Not too much trouble.
	He supposedly has antibodies, you know, because you could get the antibodies from having a disease or you could get the antibodies allegedly from having a vaccine if they work.
	But it's those antibodies that are there that allow you to respond to this, right?
	And that allows you to not be a stepping stone.
	And if you had the curve, and a lot of people have been exposed to this, a lot of people have survived.
	You know, 99.9% of the people, and they talk about how many hundreds of millions of people have been exposed to this now, have survived and so they have antibodies.
	Oh no, Fauci said, we're not sure about that.

	A therapeutic You run safety tests with animals.

	Then you have a small group and you run safety studies with that.
	Oh, and when they did that with AstraZeneca, it was about 10% of the people had serious side effects with it.
	Then you go to the next phase, assuming that you don't care.
	And they call that Phase 2.
	You take people who have the disease, if it's a therapeutic, and you give them the drug, you follow them for safety, and then you look to see if it makes the condition better or cures the illness.
	And you do that with a bigger group in Phase 3.
	When it's a vaccine, Phase 2 and Phase 3 are epidemiological studies.
	You give them the vaccine and then you watch for a few years because you've got a control group that doesn't get the vaccine and so you look to see whether there's a higher incidence of that disease in the control group or lesser in the control group than there is in the people who got the placebo.
	So did it prevent people from getting the disease?
	Well, you've got to watch for a couple of years.

	Because they're not going to expose people who've, say, only been given a placebo or an untested drug.
	They're not going to expose them to the disease.
	Oh, but they're going to do it this time.
	Anyway, you do it for two years.
	Well, they did it for two months.
	Now, to progress on with that, you look at it and you look to see if it generates any antibodies.

	And you gotta social distance.
	And you gotta avoid crowds.

	They said they're picking people up every day from El Paso's International Bridge.
	Quote, there's some days where it's only three or four times and other days when there'll be 13 or 14 responses.
	You'll be there for one patient, and Border Patrol will let you know, hey, there's another one right behind them, and another one, sometimes there's four or five waiting in line, said the anonymous source.
	We're not patrolling the border.
	As a matter of fact, Border Patrol is telling them, grab these people and put them in the hospital.
	And then, as I pointed out over a month ago, Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council said they're leading the effort to transfer these El Paso ICU patients to other Texas, major Texas cities.
	Because, you know, why are they doing this?
	Why are the sick Mexicans coming across the border?
	Well, because they get free health care.
	And why are the hospitals so eager to do all this?
	And the Custom Border Patrol people so eager to do all this?
	Well, it's because when they send them into the hospital, the federal government will pay for it.
	And not only that, they'll give them a 20% bonus because it's COVID.
	And if it's a COVID patient, they diagnose it with a clinical diagnosis because, hey, like they said, American Hospital Association said, you got to pay us this because you told us you don't have enough tests and the tests that you have don't work.
	So you told us to do a clinical diagnosis.
	We've done a clinical diagnosis.
	Give me the $13,000 and the 20% bonus for all the rest of the health care that I do.
	This is a corrupt system.
	This is political.

	KFOX 14 anchor Erica Castillo was at the Stanton Bridge in downtown El Paso when a fire truck picked up a person from Juarez and crossed back to El Paso to send the person to the nearest hospital.
	Doing so, at this point of overload on our rescue and hospital resources, they said, I don't want to sound like this is... I don't want to sound the wrong way, because our job is really to help people, but at the same time we took an oath to protect the citizens and the city of El Paso.
	So Fox asked, why are they coming from Juarez into El Paso?
	And the anonymous source says, well they'll give you different reasons.
	Some of them will say that they're scared because of the hospital care they get in Juarez.
	But some of them have told us that the hospitals there won't let them in unless they pay for everything in advance.
	But if you come into America...
	It's Uncle Sugar.
	Uncle Sugar is going to pay for everything.
	Free ride!
	And the hospitals like it because Uncle Sugar cuts them big checks for COVID patients.
	This diagnosis is COVID.
	Let's send them everywhere.

	When our resources are going to the bridge, it means that we're not taking care of our city.
	They're doing so many of these that they don't have any resources for real emergencies.

	A month later, CBS and the Drudge Report say, we know it's people who are going shopping that are causing this problem, so we've got to shut down the shopping.
	These people are at war with us.
	It is an information war.
	And it is absolutely reprehensible what Matt Drudge has become, and what many people in the alternative media have become.
	Pushing the fear and panic for money.

	Let's talk a little bit about the election because we've been talking about high-tech hijacking everything in terms of the narrative about anybody questioning anything that's coming from the government, right?
	They have set the narrative for the election.

	You know, there's so many aspects of this, and it's great to have you.
	So many aspects, when I look at this, and we knew that this was coming.
	But we knew that this was coming because we had a mail-in election.
	Why do we have a mail-in election?
	Well, it was because of the lockdown.
	And so this has exacerbated a problem that I've been reporting on for many, many years, which is electronic voting.
	Give me your perspective on electronic voting.
	Oh, before we do, Alex, I'm sorry, I'm just kind of discombobulated here.
	I wanted to show the audience, and maybe you can see this on your monitor, somebody sent this to me and said, why is this happening?
	Why do we have a picture that was posted by Smartmatic back in 2015?
	Smartmatic tweeted this out and said, our CEO introduces Bill Gates to Smartmatic's efforts to improve elections around the world at the Global Citizen Meeting.
	I know exactly why that happened.
	Because Bill Gates is part of Election Guard, just like he's been working with the Deep State, with DARPA, with the CIA.
	A news guard to control information.
	They're also going to guard the elections.
	That's what they've been working with.
	Who would you want to guard the election with?
	Well, that would be the same people who guarded the election for Hugo Chavez in Venezuela.
	That's how Smartmatic was created.
	But your comments about that and about electronic voting.
	What do you think about all this, Alex?
	Yeah, the big technology companies have been key, I think, to this whole operation.
	Facebook is a really good example.
	They poured literally hundreds of millions of dollars into election integrity, and then they spent their time censoring everybody who questioned whether there was really election integrity.
	In fact, they threw me in Facebook jail the day of the election at the first hint of a concern about the fraudulent election.
	I'm absolutely convinced, David, that this election was stolen, that it was stolen blatantly.
	I've read through Sidney Powell's lawsuit.
	I've read through some of the affidavits she's filed.
	I mean, there's a former Venezuelan intelligence officer who testifies to the fact that this Smartmatic software, which of course was intimately involved with Dominion, was literally created for the purpose of rigging elections.
	Rigging elections wasn't like a side effect of it.
	That was the purpose of creating this software.
	Hugo Chavez wanted to be able to steal the election, not just in Venezuela, but in other countries, and they wanted to be able to do it in a way that it could not be proven later.
	That was the purpose of setting this up.
	Then we've got affidavits from the guy in military intelligence, the Kraken.
	Who explained how foreign powers were involved here, how the things had massive back doors where the elections could be rigged fraudulently.
	I mean, it's just it's all over the place.
	Then you had the dead people voting, the fraudulent ballots that were coming in.
	I'm convinced that the reason they did the mail-in voting was to facilitate the fraud because they realized we're going to need hundreds of thousands, if not millions of phony ballots in key states to be able to pull this off.
	So it's a fraud all around, David.
	I think this is the story Of the moment.
	There's nothing more important than this because if we lose election integrity in 2020, we'll never have a fair election again.
	America will become a one party state and recovering from that when you can't even use the election process will be next to impossible.
	Yeah, and I started reporting on Smartmatic back in 2012.
	There were multiple scandals, of course not just in Venezuela.
	They were the ones, like you pointed out, created specifically by friends of Hugo Chavez to keep him in power.
	But it was throughout Central America and certain Mexican provinces they had issues and Smartmatic was at the center of that.
	The Brazilian elections, Philippine elections, this is well established for many years.
	I raised the issue again in 2016 when the Republican Party of Utah brought in Smartmatic.
	I said this is an attempt to rig this against Trump in 2016.
	And so we have seen this over and over again.
	And they keep changing their names, you know, and shuffling things around.
	But this goes back to human nature.
	We know that Absolutely.
	No question.
	The shift to this technology, these machines, these softwares, was idiotic from the start.
	some of the best examples of that you'll find in politics.
	So we have to have something that is transparent and open that we can follow, that is simple enough that everybody can watch this.
	That means we've got to go back to paper ballots of some sort.
	Don't you agree?
	Absolutely.
	No question.
	The shift to this technology, these machines, these softwares was idiotic from the start.
	It was just begging.
	It was so tempting for totalitarians, for unethical people to try to rig it.
	And you're right.
	You know, I think what happened with Hugo Chavez and Smartmatic needs to be viewed in the broader context.
	Hugo Chavez was an integral, a crucial player in a South American, actually Latin American network called the Foro de Sao Paulo.
	It still exists.
	It was founded by Fidel Castro, by the Sandinistas in Nicaragua, by the FARC in Colombia, these mass-murdering Marxist narco-terrorists, and of course, Luis Inacio Lula da Silva, who was thrown in prison in Brazil for his corruption.
	And their goal was to, as they said in 1997 in one of their documents that I obtained, their goal was to restore in Latin America what was lost in Eastern Europe.
	They were referring, of course, to communist slavery, and they knew the people weren't going to vote themselves into communist slavery.
	So you had a combination of Hugo Chavez oil money.
	You had a combination of rigged elections.
	They were looting the Brazilian state oil company Petrobras to finance their political candidates, for example, in Chile with Michel Bachelet, who's now the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.
	A lot of this has come out, but she's got diplomatic immunity.
	So this is a global network.
	It reaches all the way into the United Nations.
	And as we reported for years at the New American Magazine, the Obama administration was in bed with these people at every single level.
	In fact, Obama went down to Brazil and called Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva the most popular politician in the world.
	They were backing Foro de São Paulo allies in Colombia and in El Salvador, all over the region.
	Yeah.
	Oh yeah.
	It's widely known.
	It's been known for a while.
	I'm glad that this has now been publicized.
	Now, smartmatic is a household word with many conservatives.
	My question, and I want to get your thoughts on this, Alex, is this something that is really going to go beyond just a narrow focus on President Trump?
	Because, you know, we've got the same tactic that's going to be used and the same voting machines and all this stuff going to be used in Georgia.
	We've got a runoff election that's really going to decide who controls the Senate.
	And yet, is anything being done, even though we've witnessed this?
	I mean, it was predictable, it was talked about, widely talked about before the election, saying, look, if you're going to let them pad the ballots with, you know, with mail-in votes, and if you're going to let the electronic stuff there, way before they started the mail-in votes, I was saying, this next election is going to be a hacking contest.
	But all of that is still there.
	All the electronic stuff, all the mail-in vote strategies are there.
	Are they going to do anything to prevent that from happening again in Georgia?
	Are they going to do anything to ever have a wide-ranging reform for all of the elections?
	Well, Georgia's a very suspicious case.
	In fact, Sidney Powell and Lyn Wood have both been asking very pointed questions about the Governor, Brian Kemp, and the Secretary of State, Raffensperger.
	And I think these questions need to be answered.
	I was disappointed with what Barr allegedly said.
	Whether he actually said that or not, who knows?
	We can't trust the fake media for anything.
	But I hope that something will be done about this.
	It is crucial that something be done about this.
	And at this point, I think we're probably better off just having a whole do-over.
	Just a whole re-do of the 2020 election.
	Because even the fake media's polls show that about half of Americans think the election was rigged.
	If we figure they use the same methodology... Even the Democrats do.

	He writes for them, and of course they've had an issue coming out talking about the election corruption, the many different ways that this has come in.
	I mean, it has been a perfect storm.
	We have fraudulent voters, we have extended voting periods, really extended voting periods, now they're extending them way beyond the election.
	Weeks beyond the election.
	He's still got ballots that are being discovered up in New York to take away a 30,000 vote majority in one congressional race.
	They turned it into a 13 vote win for the Democrat when the Republican was winning by 30,000.
	So I want to talk to Alex this segment about How does this get turned around?
	You know, as we were going to break, Alex said, yeah, pretty much everybody knows that this is a lot of fraud in this.
	Democrats even agree there's a lot of fraud in this.
	But what do we do about this?
	And I want to, you know, we talk about Barr and what he had to say about this and saying that he didn't see any evidence of this.
	And it was Ron Johnson, I believe, a senator, who said, well, show the evidence that there is no evidence and we'll believe you.
	This is exactly what we do not need to do, Alex, is to jump the shark.
	You cannot prove a negative.
	And so he was taken to task.
	Ron Johnson was taken to task on social media for saying, well, prove that you can't prove this.
	You can't prove a negative.
	But I looked at this, Alex, and I remembered going back to the Houston debate.
	When President Trump was running in 2016, guys, roll that clip of George H.W.
	Bush dragging his finger across his neck like in a throat-cutting movement.
	And I said, if you look at this, and if you know where Barr came from, then, you know, he was the guy, tweeted this out, I said, remember, When Bush did that and the debates, I said, before Barr was Attorney General for Bush 41, he helped Bush to rebuild the CIA after it lost its credibility because of the Church Committee hearings.
	And then when he became President, he made Attorney General Barr his Attorney General.
	And they're very close.
	I never trusted Attorney General Barr.
	I always thought that he was a backstabbing spy.
	And so, I mean, if you want to talk about Bill Barr turning and his question about, well, I don't see anything here, no problem, when more than half of the people, a large number of Democrats believe there was fraud, but of course the Attorney General sees absolutely nothing.
	What do you think about that, Alex?
	I agree with you 100%.
	I've said from the very beginning, Barr is not to be trusted.
	Anybody who comes from Bush world, who comes from CIA world, needs to be looked at under very close scrutiny and Barr certainly meets that description.
	In fact, I think the CIA was almost certainly involved in this vote rigging operation.
	They rig elections all over the world.
	They do essentially whatever they want.
	They've been caught importing drugs into the United States.
	They're involved in Operation Fast and Furious.
	I think they were probably key players in this operation.
	And, you know, I think Jeff Sessions probably would have done a much better job than Bill Barr on these critical issues that we're facing right now.
	You know, and I will put out the caveat that right now we're just taking the word of the establishment media.
	We don't know exactly what Barr said.
	That interview has not come out in full.
	So the media could be misrepresenting it as they always do.
	But, you know, I've been saying all along Barr is not to be trusted.
	I said the same thing about Mark Esper.
	Thank goodness he's gone now.
	He's a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
	These are deep state swamp creatures and you cannot trust deep state swamp creatures.
	Yeah, and of course, you know, when you look at what's happened with all the Russia investigation, Barr got behind, you know, Trump and defended him on some of that stuff and then appointed John Durham.
	But of course, John Durham has done nothing.
	We haven't seen any indictments of people who have openly broken the law.
	We had James Clapper, I mean, talking about the church committee hearings.
	That was because, from its inception, the NSA and the CIA, right after World War II, they immediately began spying on Americans illegally.
	And so that's what the church committee hearings were about.
	That's why they created FISA.
	So these people used FISA, the thing that was supposed to control them, as an effort to spy on President Trump and his administration to try to arrange a coup.
	Isn't that amazing?
	And the guy who lied about it and got caught doing it, committing perjury to the American people on something very substantial like that, James Clapper, never had anybody in either party or any, you know, Attorney General, ever come after him for perjury and so the statute of limitations on that perjury expired in 2018 because that was back in 2013 they told everybody, well we're not spying on Americans and then we learned from the Snowden dump that yeah, actually they are and Ron Wyden knew that they were as well so these people just continue to go
	on there's never any prosecution for that but let me ask you Alex what do you think is the path forward on turning this election right because it's one thing to understand and to talk about yeah we saw dumps of all the stuff but Do you run this through the corrupt courts?
	Do you try to throw this into the House of Representatives as an election?
	What is the process forward for this immediate solution with Trump?
	Well, we had a whole article about this in our latest elections, or our latest article, or excuse me, our latest issue, Stopping the Steal.
	And we proposed multiple methods that Trump could use, but I think the CIA is going to have to be addressed.
	I mean, you have the former head of the CIA, John McLaughlin, who was thanking his little god, I assume with a little g, because the deep state was coming after Trump.
	He did this in public.
	I mean, you've got these people just openly and brazenly bragging.
	You had Chuck Schumer go on that guy Rachel Maddow show.
	And brag that the intelligence agencies have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.
	This is completely unacceptable in a civilized country that's supposed to be self-governing where the American people elect the president.
	So we have to deal with the CIA.
	John F. Kennedy tried to do that.
	We need to do it again.
	It's filled from top to bottom with deep state swamp creatures.
	And you're right.
	None of these people, even like the lower level guys, you know, I figured they'd at least let some of these lower guys like Peter Stork and Lisa Page fall on their swords, send them to jail for a while.
	Not even them!
	Right?
	So we've got to clean house or this will continue forever.
	You look at the outrage, you know, when Andrew McCabe, who people within the FBI were talking about how corrupt he was.
	And when he got dismissed, they were absolutely outraged.
	Because you don't even fire these people.
	I mean, they have lifetime jobs.
	How dare you fire somebody part of the eternal bureaucracy here?
	And that's really what they are.
	They're a bureaucracy.
	The CIA is a bureaucracy.
	The FBI is a bureaucracy.
	It's a federal bureaucracy of investigation, or maybe instigation.
	It's a total outrage.
	And you look, they have a long history of filling their ranks with communists on purpose.
	In fact, they've had communist leaders.
	Comey admitted he was a communist in an interview with New York Magazine.
	Brennan admitted he voted for a Communist Party candidate in 1978, two years before he got his clearance at the CIA and moved up the ranks so quickly he ended up running it.
	So we've got to deal with that problem over the long term.
	Of course, you know, I think we've got to deal with the education issue.
	But as for the immediate issue, I think Trump needs to use all options.
	I don't know that he's going to get justice in the courts.
	Unfortunately, even the judges that aren't openly and willingly collaborating with the deep state, they've got skeletons in their closet.
	The NSA knows all about it.
	I think that's probably what happened to John Roberts.
	So I hope it goes all the way to the Supreme Court, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for justice anymore to come from the Supreme Court.
	I mean, these are the people who rule that you can slaughter babies.
	These are the people who rule that there's a right to a homosexual marriage.
	I think the Supreme Court really has got a lot of people with a reprobate mind on it.
	And they don't care what the law is either, because regardless of what you think about those issues, and we both agree on those issues, they don't have the authority to define marriage.
	There's nowhere in the Constitution that they have the authority to even rule on that issue.
	They should have not even had an opinion about it.
	Leave it up to the states.
	Same thing with abortion.
	Same thing with this new one where they redefined the Civil Rights Act to include transgender, homosexuality.
	That's not what the people had in mind.
	So the Supreme Court, as far as I'm concerned, is a joke of an institution.
	It's a laughing stock.
	It should be seen as a laughing stock.
	There are still several options, though.
	I think one of the most promising ones, and I spoke to legislators early on in Arizona and Pennsylvania, the Constitution under Article II, Section 1, says that the state legislatures shall appoint the electors.
	So when you have an election that was clearly rigged in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, and you have a Republican legislature, those legislatures should say, no, we're not sending electors who were earned with fraud to the Electoral College.
	We're going to choose Trump electors, or we're just going to decertify all of our electors What would happen if they can prevent Biden from getting 270?
	As you know, under the 12th Amendment of the Constitution, we go to Congress, and each state would get one vote.
	Most states have Republican delegations, so Trump would have a real path to victory there.
	And finally, General McInerney, who we interviewed for The New American, we had a whole article with his comments about the hammer and the scorecard, and I guess we're not going to get into that this time.
	But he proposed, and it's an interesting idea, I haven't spent enough time thinking about it yet, but he proposed a national emergency and having a redo of this election, and that may be the last resort.

	Alright, Alex, we were talking about the different ways, and you laid out very quickly a lot of different ways that this might move forward.
	Because, you know, whether or not Barr agrees that there is fraud, most of the American people do.
	And we've seen a lot of, it's a very visible chaos that was allowed to happen.
	I mean, we've always had issues where there wasn't any voter picture ID.
	I've talked about personal experiences with that in North Carolina.
	Personal experiences, my brother-in-law going to, his friend of his going to vote, and they said, you've already voted, and so has your mother.
	And it's like, well, she's been dead for several years.
	They don't do any voter, any IDs in North Carolina, and they used to have the longest voting period time.
	So there's a lot of opportunities for people to vote early, vote often, and to vote the phone book.
	But now they extended that with the mail-in vote.
	But I think that that kind of chaos, even though we've got all these reports about ballots being delivered, hundreds of thousands of ballots being delivered, we have postal workers are blowing the whistle on that, talking about how they're doing that across state lines.
	I think the real underlying issue are the things that we've known about for a long time.
	Yes, they've extended this, they've had very visible fraud, but what do we do about this?
	Because, as you mentioned, just to recap real quickly, what are the choices that President Trump has moving forward with this to try to undo this fraud in this particular case?
	And, of course, he can appeal it through a corrupted judiciary.
	try to get to the Supreme Court, that's not very promising there.
	They could try to block Biden from getting the 270 necessary votes to throw this into the House of Representatives, that would be one approach.
	They could have, by having the legislatures not certify the electors, because that's what the Constitution says.
	Constitution says the legislatures will pick the electors.
	So some of these Republican legislatures and some of these battleground states could overrule the voters.
	And then you mentioned possibly declaring a national emergency.
	And when I look at all these things, my concern about this, Alex, is that if we do things, if we take that kind of approach without essentially having a trial in the court of public opinion and showing some numbers behind all this, that is a path to civil war.
	Yeah, and I think there's a real chance that the deep state is trying to foment a civil war, David.
	They're normally much more competent.
	They could have stolen this election in a way that would have been less obvious.
	I mean, this was just in your face, blatant, hey guys, look, we're stealing the election.
	You had Democrats in 2019, including some of the top Democrats in Congress, the fake Indian out of Massachusetts, Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden in Oregon, talking about how these voting machines are easy to compromise or a threat to the integrity of our election.
	This was just last year.
	This is not ancient history.
	Numerous people, including Sidney Powell, have said that they've stolen elections from Democrats as well, especially in the primaries.
	It looks like they might have stolen it from Bernie, maybe more than once.
	Okay, so this is a bipartisan problem.
	You had a federal judge in Georgia, Judge Tottenberg, rule just a few weeks before the election in October that these voting machines were a major, serious, not hypothetical risk to the integrity of the election, and that they put in jeopardy people's right to be sure that their vote was counted.
	So, this is not a new problem.
	This is not just conservatives crying foul.
	This has been a long time coming.
	And I agree with you.
	And let me add to that, Alex.
	I played a report going back to just before the 2018 elections.
	It was put together by the New York Times.
	It went to a University of Michigan computer professor.
	And he said, I do this all the time.
	Look, I took over one of these machines and I turned it into I'm playing video games on it.
	He said, you got it.
	And he did this long report.
	The bottom line on that was they were trying to sell the idea that Russia had hacked our election.
	And the bottom line on it was he comes back and he says, so we need to go back to paper ballots.
	That was his conclusion on this.
	And I agree with that.
	People on both the left and the right at the grassroots level.
	Should be screaming for this, and yet, from the politicians of both parties, we hear crickets about this corruption.
	Every year in Vegas, at DEFCON, they have Voter Village, where they hack the machines, where they hack replicas of the state boards of elections.
	This is a long-term problem.
	Both sides know about it, and because, as you pointed out, they could have easily and quietly selected who they wanted to win, but instead they chose to organize this lockdown election of chaos, because I think they really do want to have a civil war.
	Yeah, I think there's a very real chance that it would be a perfect way to discredit the United States, discredit the ideas of freedom, knock out the biggest obstacle to the New World Order, and they could say for the rest of eternity in the history books, hey look, those stupid Americans tried that God-given rights and gun rights and all that, and look what happened, they all killed each other in a civil war.
	And we, the global community, had to go in and intervene.
	So it's very dangerous.
	However, I think there is a case to be made that we're in an emergency situation.
	If power is handed over to Joe Biden, who clearly stole this election with help from the deep state, I don't know that there will ever be a way to recover using the traditional means.
	Elections right if we have fraudulent elections from here till kingdom come then that's a very big problem So I've actually published two articles on my website just in the last few days That's liberty sentinel org with two different people who've looked at this a general McInerney Who says you know if worse comes to worse Donald Trump is going to have to?
	Declare an emergency and have a redo of this election.
	We're gonna do with paper ballots There's gonna be no question about the integrity and recently also a wonderful political candidate and pastor Dr. Lively out of Massachusetts made a similar argument.
	If it comes down to it and all the other options are exhausted, the courts are too corrupt and nothing can be done, then we've got to do something to ensure that power isn't handed off forever to a party that has promised they're going to blow up the Electoral College, they're going to pack the Senate with new senators from new states that they're going to create, DC, Puerto Rico, they're going to pack the Supreme Court with a bunch of radical leftists and Marxists.
	You know, we cannot let our country go down the tubes, and we have to use everything possible, every legal, lawful, ethical tool at our disposal.
	And hopefully it won't come to that, because I agree with you, David.
	Anything even remotely resembling a civil war would be potentially deadly to our republic.
	But that's what the other side is going to try to do.
	If it becomes obvious that Trump is going to win, they're going to send out the terror mobs, they're going to send out Black Lives Matter and Pantifa, and they're going to start burning down cities.
	That's right.
	rising conservatives, they'll start doxing people like me and you and show up at our house and throw bricks through our window.
	So we are potentially heading into some real turbulence.
	I think everybody ought to be ready for that and I do hope that Donald Trump is taking this seriously.
	That's right.
	Yeah, I'm concerned, especially when I hear things about declaring a national emergency.
	I'm concerned about McInerney, you know, the hammer and scorecard thing.
	I'm not on board with that.
	I mean, Dennis Montgomery, as well as Mary, I can't remember her last name, both of them have serious credibility issues.
	And when Jason Goodman called the General and set up an arrangement for him, he said, well, you know, I don't really want to talk about this.
	My wife is sick.
	He goes, I understand.
	I just have a quick question.
	And then after a little bit of that, you know, he didn't respond.
	He hung up and then, you know, he had already talked to him and said, you know, I'd like to talk to you about this.
	And McInerney has gone on record.
	I mean, I understand that his wife is sick, but he's gone on record to say that it's off limits to talk to somebody because their wife is sick is like saying it's off limits.
	To talk to David Hogg or talk about David Hogg or Greta Thunberg because they're young.
	If you enter the public arena, you should be able to answer and be willing to answer any questions about the integrity of your information.
	And if he starts pushing something like a national emergency, it makes me concerned that he's part of, or at least being fed this misinformation that could be used to push us into this chaos.
	The underlying things that we know, as you pointed out, the mail-in election, the lockdown election, this undeclared martial law that caused this open chaos here, but the electronic voting that's been there for a long time, the technocrats controlling our speech and our free press, these are things that are long-term systemic problems and it's nothing but crickets from the people in Congress or from the President about dealing with this stuff.
	Yeah, you're absolutely right, David, and I think as soon as we're through this election, everybody needs to get back to focusing on long-term.
	The deep state, the radical left, the Marxists, the people trying to destroy and enslave our people, they have been playing the long game for generations.
	They've been dumbing down and systematically indoctrinating our children.
	They've taken control of the means of communication to the point where now they're literally censoring the President of the United States of America on social media and in the big media.
	So, we need to get back to focusing on the long game as well.
	But right now, this is our urgent problem.
	And there is one more tool that's available.
	In fact, I know of legislators in Arizona who are right now reaching out to the State Attorney General saying, look, open up some criminal investigations.
	These are serious allegations.
	We need to get people under oath.
	You need to offer people immunity if they'll turn on the people who were paying the bills.
	We've got to have criminal investigations.
	There's multiple states where that could happen, even at the local level.
	And you start throwing some of these people in jail, you start getting testimony under oath and getting higher up people, there's a real chance we can make progress.
	And you're going to have to do something like that in the court of public opinion.

	We're going to get into a little bit more vaccine information.
	As a matter of fact, there is an amazing clip that I have coming from Parliament, a conservative member of Parliament.
	Talking about the fact that this is how the vaccine is being used to limit life in the future and how this basically feeds conspiracy theories.
	Yeah, it does.
	And of course, it is not a conspiracy theory.
	It is a conspiracy fact.
	No treatment allowed other than vaccines.
	Without the vaccine, you will not move an inch.
	And of course, the vaccines do not protect the people who are vaccinated, just like the masks don't protect People who are masked.
	It's other people's vaccine that protects you.
	Other people's mask that protects you.
	This is a very old story.
	We're going to get back into that, but while we were talking to Alex Newman at thenewamerican.com, we were talking about the Attorney General.
	Of course, there's been a press release put out by Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis as part of the legal team for President Trump.
	They said this, they said, with all due respect to the Attorney General, and what that means is no respect.
	It's one of those phrases.
	With all due respect, that is kind of like, well, bless her heart.
	They don't want to bless her heart and they don't have any respect either.
	So, bless his heart, Attorney General Barr.
	There hasn't been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation.
	We've gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined.
	We have witnesses swearing under oath that they saw crimes committed in connection with voter fraud and on and on.
	See, I don't think That there's going to be an investigation about this, just like there hasn't been any indictment or really any investigation of the Hunter Biden laptop?
	I mean, you had documentary evidence.
	You had smoking gun there.
	You've had a lot of evidence collected for several years about the fraud of Russiagate.
	And you've had people who were caught lying under oath, people who were caught violating FISA, people who were caught conspiring and committing criminal acts.
	And not just lying under oath and publicly, but also violating the law within the FBI, within the CIA.
	Have there ever been any indictments of any of these people?
	And that took years.
	We don't have years.
	So I'm very pessimistic that there's going to be anything that's going to happen through the Department of Justice or through the courts at all about this.
	What are we going to do then in the court of public opinion to convince people and to overturn this?
	One of the things that I saw, again, I haven't seen the entire 32 and a half minutes of Shiva Iyadurai's analysis, mathematical analysis, but Paul Craig Roberts did, and he was very convinced of it, and what he said, here's the conclusion, that again, I haven't verified, maybe you should verify it.
	Do your own investigation.
	Shiva Iyadurai, Explains that these machines have a feature that prevents vote waiting.
	And we've talked about this for many years as well.
	The fact that embedded in these voting machines is a capability to do fractional voting.
	Now, why would you do that?
	If you are a software engineer, you would explicitly not do that.
	Because one of the reasons that you have data types in software is because you want to make sure that you don't have errors like that.
	You should never have any fractional voting.
	Right?
	It's always going to be an integer.
	So if you put in something like a floating point number that's going to allow you to do fractional analysis, that means that you're putting something in there that's going to invite errors.
	Or maybe invite fraud, and maybe that's the whole point.
	A code review should have exposed that, and we have people who did expose that as whistleblowers, and yet nothing was done about it.
	And so when Shiva Iyadurai, so I can easily believe this is the case with Dominion, which is using Smartmatic software, He said that the Dominion machines counted Biden votes as 1.3 votes.
	Trump votes counted as 0.7.
	So here's how that works out.
	If you were to have an election where Biden got 50 and Trump got 50% and you applied that kind of ratio to it, you would wind up reporting that Biden got 65% and Trump got 35%.
	Pretty significant.
	Maybe something like that, after the fact, would be something that people could understand, or maybe not, I don't know.
	The trick that social engineers use is very, very simple.
	They just teach us that the architecture of civilization, that the trajectory of a species is designed by these ever-knowing, loving, liberal technocrats, and that if we just sit back and enjoy the ride, everything will be great.
	But then they tell us that humans are obsolete, non-essential, that we're bad for the Earth, that we need to be phased out.
	So, they're very open about what they're doing, and they count on us Just being very passive, living in the Matrix-like system that they're building.
	But what defines humans more than anything from the rest of the quote, animal kingdom, is that we control our environment.
	We build our own environments.
	We create our own systems.
	We really geoengineer and terraform the planet and its systems towards our aims.
	But instead, we're acting like animals, and the globalists play the part of humans, and us as cattle.
	That's the trick.

	He said, you know, where is it that they don't have it?
	I said, well, in Africa and Central America and other places like that.
	They don't have it.
	Why?
	Because they pretty much have their way with those people.

	They can vaccinate them at will.
	They can use them as human guinea pigs and they do.
	They have pushed the Aadhaar biometrics and identification number system in India.
	If you don't get the Aadhaar number, And take that mark of the beast from Bill Gates and the Indian government.
	You don't get any health care.
	You don't get any welfare.
	And a lot of people in those very, very poor countries are dependent upon the government to survive.
	And so they twist their arms with that.
	And I said, you know, the reason that they're doing this in the first world countries is because they want us to get into a A position of dependency and slavery, like you see in India and Africa because of the poverty.
	And to make sure that they have control of health care, which has been the agenda going back quite some time.
	You know, pushed pretty hard by Hillary, as soon as she became co-president with Bill.
	So if they can control your health care, if they can take away your ability to earn a living, and put you on a government welfare check, They can pretty much have their way with you.
	This is why they're doing the lockdown here.
	And it's why they don't have to do it in the third world countries.
	But in India, where this participant was injured, the Serum Institute is saying, we're going to sue this person for talking about this.

	The vaccine companies in America cannot be sued because of Fauci.
	And they're now rolling this out as they're rolling out this panic about COVID-19 globally.

	And so as they push this fear and they have people demanding this and they say, well, you're going to have this as a condition to get out.

	Well, you're only going to get the vaccine if your government gives legal immunity to the vaccine companies.
	This is Fauci and Gates's plan.
	And so Fauci began his career by giving legal immunity to these vaccine companies.
	He's going to end it by making vaccines mandatory.

	Going to have a global I.D.

	This is the head of the UK's vaccine rollout, Naeem Sahawi, the newly appointed minister to oversee the UK's COVID-19 vaccine deployment.
	He said restaurants, bars and cinemas and other venues such as sports will probably use the system as they've done with our app.
	There's an app for that.
	The sort of pressure, pressure, will come in both ways from service providers who will say, look, demonstrate to us that you've been vaccinated, but also it'll make the technology as easily and accessible as possible.
	And I've said this will be de facto.

	It would equally be a terrible precedent to set for other vaccines and medicines.
	That's what they want to do.
	So how can we get away from that?
	The way to persuade people to have a vaccine is of course to line up the entire government and its ministers And their loved ones and let them take it first and then get all the lovies, the icons of popular culture out on the airwaves singing its praises.
	To have any kind of suggestion of coercion absolutely feeds the conspiracy theory that we are being cowed and our liberties being taken away.
	I'm extremely grateful to him for giving way.
	Will he agree with me that it's not enough for the government merely to refrain from coercing people?
	The government's also got to pay attention to implicit coercion.
	That is, if the government turns a blind eye to allowing businesses like airlines and restaurants to refuse to let people in unless they've had the vaccination, the government's got to decide whether it's willing to allow people to discriminate on that basis.
	It wouldn't be discrimination, it would be vaccinationism!
	Which we must of course resist!
	The other thing that any kind of coercion would do would be to set the seal on this government's reputation as the most authoritarian since the Commonwealth of the 1650s.
	That's right.
	It is as nothing to the enthusiasm that we've seen from the front bench opposite for even more coercive and restrictive measures.
	That's right, you hear that?
	The most authoritarian government we've had since 1650.
	And he said, but of course, it's nothing compared to what the other side wants to do.
	And that's what we hear.
	Well, you know, you don't like this authoritarian coercion, implicit or explicit, de facto or by law.
	You don't like that coming from Trump.
	Well, you'll get it even worse from Biden.
	How about we have Trump stand up for us for once?

	Today's announcement that Moderna will apply for an emergency use authorization after its vaccine, demonstrated 94% efficacy, is yet another example of Trump ingenuity at work.

	So joining us now is Steve Malloy, and I've had Steve on because he did a recent op-ed piece It was picked up by Wall Street Journal.
	How to stop the Paris Climate Accord.
	And you've got a great idea about how to stop this.
	How President Trump could stop it once and for all.
	And of course, I thought he stopped it already.
	But of course, how do we stop them from resurrecting this thing, Steve?
	Go ahead.
	Thanks for having me back, David.
	So the Paris Climate Agreement is this really awful international agreement where President Obama committed the United States to cut greenhouse gas emissions 26% by 2025.
	He did this by executive action, which is different than a treaty.
	If it had been a treaty, he would have had to submit it to the Senate, where it would have been rejected.
	So we just had this executive agreement, which is just like an executive order, basically just presidential policy.
	So President Trump campaigned in 2016 on getting rid of the Paris Accord.
	And in the beginning months of the administration, there was a struggle about it, but he did get us out of the Paris Climate Accord.
	And the effective date of us getting out was the day after this year's election, November 4th.
	But now, you know, with the prospect of Joe Biden being sworn in on January 20th, Biden said that one of his day one tasks is to rejoin the Paris Climate Accord.
	Now, this doesn't make it a treaty.
	It's still holding an executive agreement.
	But problem is, if you recall with DACA, the Deferred Action for Childhood Immigrants, I'm sorry, Illegal Aliens, that was only an executive action too, but the Supreme Court somehow managed to make it into the force of law.
	Yeah, that's right.
	And the amazing thing about that was the Supreme Court said that you can't take an executive order, that President Trump cannot have an executive order that stops the executive order from the previous president.
	Especially when that executive order from the previous president deferred action on childhood arrivals.
	That was essentially his homeland security director, Napolitano, saying we're not going to enforce the law!
	I mean, how do you have an executive order that says, well, we're just going to ignore the law, and that's our executive order, and then the Supreme Court says, and you can't undo that as the current president.
	That's pretty amazing.
	Well, right.
	So that's the problem.
	We're now in this realm of where we're just making up things, making up law.
	Even at the Supreme Court level, we're just making it up.
	Of course, they've been making it up for years, but this is unusual, taking executive action and turning it into law, giving people rights that they never had before, and they really didn't have to start with.
	And so let's go back to the beginning of this.
	As you mentioned, you had Rex Tillerson, who was all for the Paris Climate Accord and Ivanka was all about it.
	And so it took about six months for President Trump to say, well, we're going to get out of it.
	And then he and then he had advisers there.
	They said, you know, some of them were telling him, well, you don't that's all you need to do.
	Just say that we're not going to be a part of this because it never was really ratified as a treaty.
	It was just an Obama and Kerry said, we're going to sign it and we're going to self-ratify it.
	Well, that's not in the Constitution.
	That's not the way you do treaties, right?
	It's done by a majority of the Senate.
	And so they just ignored that and said, we'll self-ratify it.
	So you had people in the Trump administration say, no, you have to explicitly say we're not going to be in this.
	And for some reason he delayed that until the day after the election.
	It has now happened.
	But you've got a strategy for how we keep Biden from bringing this back.
	Tell the audience what Mitch McConnell should do.
	All right, so we're out of it now, but Joe Biden wants to bring us back in.
	Now, I'm concerned that similar to DACA, you know, the Greens will find some goofy federal judge someplace who will say, yes, the Paris Climate Accord has the force of law and we have to cut emissions.
	Now, so what do we do?
	Well, I think that what President Trump can do right now is, even though we're out of it, we can still treat it as a treaty.
	He has power.
	Under the Constitution, he can treat it as a treaty and submit it to the Senate.
	And once it's in Mitch McConnell's grasp, McConnell can bring it up and have it voted down, just like he did the Green New Deal, or he can just table it.
	But what he will have done was make it clear that the Paris Agreement Accord is a treaty and it needs Senate ratification versus, you know, just Being, you know, having us bound to it by executive action.
	Now, of course, this is not a bulletproof strategy.
	I mean, you know, you cannot rely on the Supreme Court.
	Federal judges are goofy.
	But I think, you know, it will make it more difficult for Biden just to, on day one, just sign back up and, you know, then we'll be off to the races to see how quickly some federal judge can turn it into law.
	That's a brilliant strategy.
	That's why I wanted to get you on to talk about this.
	I think that's a brilliant strategy because it does throw a lot of roadblocks.
	As you point out, you know, we're in law law land.
	Law doesn't apply anymore.
	The Constitution doesn't apply anymore.
	We have judicial supremacy.
	They can just arbitrarily say this or that.
	get into areas where they don't have any authority. We got presidents who self-ratify treaties like Obama and carried it.
	But if you put this in, as you point out, put it in as a treaty, either table it or have a vote and shut this thing down, that makes it a lot harder for them to get into the Paris Climate Accord, back into that.
	Yeah, and it's a real problem because, you know, there has been talk in the international community of sort of punishing the United States for getting out of Paris to start with by perhaps, you know, having a Biden administration double our commitment under the Paris Climate Accord in terms of emissions cuts and payments.
	So this is a real problem.
	Yeah, yeah, they're going to double down on it.
	Well, of course, Biden also, and these are the people who are going to be in there, assuming that he's going to, you know, win on this thing.
	And of course, that's not done yet, but it is a very narrow path for Trump to be able to undo this.
	But talk about what Biden is planning to do to our energy independence.
	We're talking about true austerity.
	And this is really what these people planned all along, that you will go nowhere, that you will own nothing.
	And it will control every aspect of your life, and the energy part of it is really key.
	Talk about that.
	Right.
	So, you know, about 10 years ago, we hit the big time with fracking.
	Fracking made us energy independent.
	We no longer needed to import natural gas.
	In fact, now we are an exporter and a major exporter.

	Well, 15 years ago, that would have been a real problem.
	And indeed it was a real problem.
	And gas prices shot up again, you know, four to $6.
	But two years ago, it didn't really matter.
	And the reason it didn't matter is because of fracking.
	We have, there's a glut of oil and gas thanks to fracking.
	It doesn't really matter what OPEC does.
	But Biden wants to bring us back under, you know, under OPEC's will.
	And that's also going to help Russia and China and lots of bad actors.
	And it's just a bad idea.
	There's no reason for it.
	Fracking is just it's a tremendous resource we have and Biden wants to kill it.
	Now, it's a part of a planned austerity and it's not just going to be fracking.
	That's a key thing.
	And as we've seen these prices drop, you've seen many governments, Republican as well as Democrat state governments, add taxes, figuring that you're not going to notice that because, hey, look, we can pile on taxes.
	And even as the price of the resources dropping significantly, we can add on more taxes.

	When they ban other sources of oil as well as fracking, you're going to see this thing skyrocket as part of their new austerity program.
