	Today in the third hour, we're going to talk to Lori Gregory about what is going on with stem cells.
	But understand, it's not just that that the FDA is expanding, I should say, usurping its authority to come after.
	They're also coming after CBD.
	We've seen this in several states, and it's kind of interesting.
	Who would say that it's a conspiracy?
	But isn't it interesting?
	That you have federal regulators at the same time you have various states, and we have seen this happening in Florida and other places.
	They said, we don't think that you're going to be allowed to put CBD oil into smoothies or whatever in restaurants.
	Saw this in California.
	California, where they have legalized medical marijuana, where they've legalized recreational marijuana, marijuana with THC, Which is the active component that gets you high.
	The psychoactive component.
	Understand, CBD is a marijuana plant.
	It's essentially the plant fiber, but there's two parts of it that are active components.
	There is CBD, which has medical uses.
	Your body has receptors for cannabinoids, so it's cannabinoid oil.
	But anyway, CBD, which is medicinal, THC, which is recreational, and psychoactive.
	Now, even though they've legalized medical marijuana, they still want to control CBD in California, in Florida.
	Now, of course, Florida, they haven't really legalized things to the extent they have in California, but we've also got the FDA out there saying, well, we're very concerned about the safety and the efficacy of CBD.
	Are you serious?
	We've got a lot more information about CBD, and it looks a lot better.
	Then most of the stuff that they have approved, they don't have that much information about those types of things.
	And when we talk to Lori Gregory, we're going to talk about stem cells.
	This is something that hasn't gotten a lot of attention lately.
	As I pointed out yesterday, we have An Iranian scientist who was invited by the Mayo Clinic to come for a stem cell research speech, a panel.
	They were going to do a presentation about what he was finding with stem cell research.
	It's very, very effective at helping your body To heal itself.
	Stem cells are kind of the basic building block if you think about it.
	They can take fat cells, they can take bone marrow cells, they've got a lot of different parts of your own body.
	They can extract stem cells and then concentrate those, re-inject them back into your body and your body can actually very effectively repair itself with that.
	Not just mask the symptoms like these FDA approved drugs.
	And it's quite a bit cheaper.
	So this Iranian scientist was invited to speak at the Mayo Clinic presentation, and he was arrested by the FBI.
	He's been held in prison without any bail for seven months.
	Seven months!
	Now I ask you, think about how this stem cell scientist, oh yes, he's Iranian of course, and he's not here, to steal nuclear secrets.
	He's actually here to help people get the secrets of healing.
	Oh, can't have that.
	That would be more dangerous.
	That would be like a nuclear bomb to the big pharmaceutical industry.
	But consider how this guy who, oh, he doesn't have an approved visa because we've banned anybody from having an approved, you know, visa from Iran.
	But look at how he's treated versus the people who climb over the border Thumbing their noses at our laws, right?
	They get a free ticket into the center of America.
	They say, well, give us your assumed name and identity.
	We'll give you a piece of paper.
	You promise to come back for a trial?
	Okay, you're free to go.
	And don't forget to pick up your welfare check and your free education on the way out.
	But this Iranian scientist, a world-renowned stem cell expert, has been sitting in jail for seven months without bond.

	Today, in the third hour, we're going to have a very important interview for your health.
	Look, regardless of where you are in the political spectrum, you should be concerned about this.
	This should unite people from left to right when our government is coming after our basic freedom of choice.
	I mean, where are all these pro-choice people talking about my body, my choice?
	Where are all the pro-life people when we have this type of tyranny coming from the FDA?
	This ought to unite everybody about this.
	It's your stem cells.
	It should be your choice.
	So she's going to be talking to us about what happened to U.S.
	Stem Cell Clinic.
	Of course, as I said yesterday, CNN was very, very happy about that.
	FDA wins, they said.
	Well, you know what?
	When the FDA wins, the American people lose.
	There is no authority in the Constitution for the FDA.
	And for good reason.
	We need to regulate the FDA with the 10th Amendment and say, goodbye, you're gone.
	You have no authority to stop us from taking medicine that we feel that we should be able to take.
	And if there's going to be any regulation of health issues, that should be done at the state level.
	There is no authority in the Constitution for the federal government to get involved in health regulations.
	I mean, states regulate and local governments regulate restaurants and things like that.
	We don't need the federal government to regulate.
	The reason the federal government is regulating medical care and other issues, medicines and that sort of thing, is simply because big industry wanted that.
	When we look at the fight against GMO food, and we look at how in spite of Monsanto And the big pharmaceutical companies, the big agri-companies coming in and spending millions of dollars in local elections.
	The farmers who knew better in those communities said, no, no, no, no.
	We're not going to allow your product here.
	Because not only does it poison the soil so we can't grow anything except your patented seeds, They've seen how this has worked out in India.
	You've got farmers there who've been basically turned into crop sharers for, sharecroppers for Monsanto, committing suicide because their lives have been ruined, their land has been destroyed, unless they become slaves, sharecroppers to Monsanto.
	And so the farmers in many places, consumers, said, we don't want your poison here.
	And so because they're losing all these local elections, in spite of in one county in Hawaii, they spent eight million dollars.
	They still lost.
	And so what'd they do?
	They went to the Obama administration.
	And they said, we've got this patchwork of regulation in all the different states, and we just can't do business, blah blah blah.
	So they said, alright, we'll regulate it from Washington, which means that they won't have any regulation.
	Because they have regulatory capture.
	Because the FDA does the bidding of big business.
	And basically that's what's happening here.
	We have the situation with U.S.
	stem cells.
	We're going to get the details of it in the third hour from Lori Gregory.
	But basically, you had the FDA show up and knock on the door and say, we want to inspect your business here.
	Because Lori Gregory has been one of the highest profile stem cell scientists anywhere.
	And so they went to harass her.
	Now, they responded in the same way that I would respond, that you should respond, if some government agent knocks on our door.
	Get a warrant!
	You're not coming in here without a warrant.
	You don't have any jurisdiction here.
	The FDA doesn't regulate this.
	You don't have any authority to regulate this.
	You've never pretended you have any authority to regulate things like this.
	See, the FDA has never regulated surgical procedures.
	The FDA has never regulated or tested Implants.
	As I said yesterday, you know, the hip replacements and so forth.
	They've never regulated them for safety, done any studies for that, for safety.
	They've never regulated biologics.
	They've never regulated the transplants.
	And this is your own body.
	This is not something you're getting from somebody else's body.
	This is your own body.
	Extracting the fat And then separating out stem cells, concentrating those, and then injecting them back, sometimes in general, sometimes in a particular location.
	They have no authority over that.
	That's your own body.
	That's a surgical procedure.
	So it's like, you have no authority to come in here.
	Get a warrant.
	And so CNN says, oh, well, you know, that's always illegal if you refuse FDA access to your place.
	No, it isn't.
	We're not their slaves.
	Get a warrant.
	They don't have the right to come into your house and start snooping around about your family so they can find a crime.
	We just saw that with President Trump, you know?
	Bring me the man, I'll find the crime.
	You got a dispute within your family, husband and wife, or you got in-laws that don't like you, or you got a neighbor that doesn't like you.
	Oh, those people are homeschooling, or I think they're abusing their kids in some way, or whatever.
	They don't even have to accuse them of physical or sexual abuse.
	And CPS believes they've got a right to come into your home?
	They don't have a right to come into your home.
	Now, of course, they will steal your kids from school.
	So, we don't need a search warrant to steal your kids.
	We can take your kids and do the due process later, just like President Trump said.
	Well, you can take the guns and do the due process later.
	That's good, right?
	Well, you support that, then they can take your property, they can take your car, your home, your cash, your kids, your guns, And do the due process later, if they ever do.
	So, Dr. Camilla, are you telling me Dr. Camilla is also going to be on with Laurie Gregory?
	Oh, sorry.
	Yes, yes.
	I misspoke.
	Yes, it's Dr. Camilla who is the scientist, not Laurie Gregory.
	Laurie Gregory was here with Dr. Camilla.
	We did a video talking about this about a month and a half ago.
	And quite frankly, I have family members who have been helped by stem cell transplants.
	And the place where we had that done, they saw this interview and they were informing their patients about the attacks on this.
	And my wife just contacted the people who we've been working with and she said, it's just the saddest thing, she said, we had one of our patients, a cheerleader, Uh, in high school.
	She woke up one morning and she couldn't move.
	She was just paralyzed.
	And they tried all these different treatments.
	Finally, they tried stem cells.
	She was up.
	She was walking.
	She was getting dramatically better.
	She said, we showed this to her mother, this video talking about how the FDA was going to shut this down.
	She said her mother just started crying.
	I just look at this.
	And I think about how we tolerate the abuse of our families, of our country, by our government.
	When is this going to stop?
	Have you had enough?
	I've had enough.
	Call off your damn officers.
	Get them out of our lives.
	I've had enough of this stuff.
	They're here to protect us, right?
	Like the coward of Broward.
	Oh, that's right!
	Turn in your guns.
	You can't have any guns in schools.
	Teachers can't carry guns even if they are vetted, responsible, trained.
	Oh, no, no, no.
	We've got uniformed officers to protect your family.
	So what are they doing here with a coward of Broward?
	Well, he's now facing seven charges by popular demand.
	I've never seen a police officer punished for misconduct like this guy.
	They've got to make an example out of him.
	Seven counts of neglect of a child, three counts of culpable negligence, one count of perjury.
	He could face up to 97 years in prison if convicted.
	They noted that his bond has been set at $102,000.
	Closed circuit TV footage from Parkland shooting shows that he approached the high school building in a golf cart as gunman Nicholas Cruz massacred 17 students and staff members.
	He then hopped off, unholstered his gun, and ran behind a concrete wall for cover.
	Let me tell you something.
	That's precisely what the FDA and the CDC are doing.
	Except they're also taking pot shots at you with their vaccines.
	That's really what they're doing.

	Before I get into the gun issues, gun freedoms that they're trying to take away from us, I've got a couple more things I want to say about the FDA.
	Because, as I pointed out at the top of the broadcast, we have an Iranian scientist, world-renowned, a researcher in stem cells, invited to the U.S.
	to speak at a conference that's being held by the Mayo Clinic.
	And because the U.S.
	has revoked the visas of anybody who's Iranian, when he arrived, he didn't know that, because, you know, he's like Dr. Camilla.
	The U.S.
	Stem Cell Researcher.
	These people are focused very narrowly on their world.
	They're trying to find cures and solutions.
	They are not political.
	Dr. Camilla has been fighting the FDA for a couple of years of this.
	Finally hired Lori Gregory to help her tell her story and so forth.
	She's going to be on the third hour with us.
	But Dr. Camillo is like, I'm just trying to help people.
	I mean, she's so incredibly genuine when you talk to her in person.
	No arrogance like you so often see with a doctor.
	You know, the God complex that's so common with doctors.
	She doesn't have that.
	She's just focused on her research.

	There's human trafficking going on.
	This is a world-renowned scientist invited by the Mayo Clinic.
	He's been put in jail for seven months.
	This is not about violating immigration law.
	Newsflash!
	The federal government doesn't care about people who violate immigration laws.
	They really don't care.
	You've got the U.S.
	Senate, the Republicans, pushing back against President Trump.
	He's trying to, he's throwing everything against the wall that's not there, if you will.
	Throwing everything to try to stop this collapse of the border.
	And the Republicans come back and say, well, we don't want you putting any tariffs on Mexico.
	Can't do anything to stop this.
	They don't care about illegal immigration, but they do care about people giving you cures.
	That's got to be stopped.
	And that's really what's behind this.
	This isn't about Iran.
	This isn't about violating the border.
	This is about stem cells.
	And you better understand why they don't want this.
	Let's go to something that you all already understand, because a lot of people are like, stem cells?
	I don't know about that.
	The only thing I've heard about stem cells, say most people, is the controversy about the aborted babies.
	And taking stem cells from aborted babies.
	Well, guess what?
	That didn't work.
	It wasn't effective, and a lot of people who tried that got cancer.
	That may have something to do with what God's done with the particular parts there.
	But nevertheless, it was said early on.
	We had this debate about what they were going to do with aborted babies.
	Oh, look at the promise of stem cell.
	They were pushing stem cells very hard at that point in time.
	Saying, well, see, there's something good can come out of abortion.
	We can get stem cells.
	And so everybody's got those two things related with each other.
	Well, newsflash, even at that time, the stem cell researchers saying it's far more effective to use adult stem cells and to use your own stem cells.
	You don't need, the baby's stem cells are not working.
	And they have the deleterious effects of cancer in many cases.
	So, that's the only thing that most people know about stem cells.
	Well, those cells got a CBD oil.
	Because this is now something that the FDA is sniffing around.
	And as Jeffrey Jackson points out, the FDA is now concerned.
	Concerned.
	About the safety and efficacy of CBD.
	And they're holding their first hearings, as I pointed out.
	Even in California, where they've legalized both medical and recreational marijuana.
	They came after a guy that was putting CBD in a bottled drink.
	They confiscated over $100,000 worth of his product, shut down his business, shut down the other business in California where they've legalized marijuana for recreational use.
	They're coming after CBD.
	Why?
	Because of big pharmaceutical interest and big agricultural interest.
	As Jeffrey Jackson points out, he said, after historically failing to do proper safety testing and to regulate, and let's go down the list of things that the FDA has not protected us from.
	Asbestos, tobacco, sunscreen, vaccines, medical devices, many other things, they have failed to do anything about.
	Now they're sniffing around CBD.
	Or Cannabidiol.
	Now we know for a fact, even here in Texas we know, because we don't have medical marijuana legalized here in Texas, but they did carve out an exemption for one particular condition.
	As an anti-seizure medication.
	Now, of course, here in Texas, they make you try first all of the expensive and dangerous and ineffective pharmaceuticals.
	And if you've tried all those and you still don't get any relief, then they'll allow you to take cheap, effective marijuana for your seizures.
	And the saddest thing about this is that many of these children who get these uncontrolled seizures, get them After they've suffered a reaction to a vaccine.
	And so they force the vaccines down your throat or down your arm, I should say.
	And then when you have an adverse reaction to it, the one thing that can help you with that, they deny that to you.
	And it was a local state representative, a conservative, a libertarian, who fought for that and got that exemption through with qualifications.
	But of course we also know That CBD is much more effective than opioids.
	But of course opioids are so profitable for the doctors and for the pharmaceutical companies.
	That's why we have an opioid epidemic.
	And even if you get addicted to their opioids, CBD can help you to get off of that.
	It can help you to sleep and so forth.
	One of the first times I really got interested in this topic Was with the Libertarian Party.
	There was an activist, his name was Peter McWilliams.
	He wrote a book called, Ain't Nobody's Business If You Do.
	And he was talking about victimless crimes.
	And he became a victim because he was an open advocate of it.
	He was a homosexual.
	He was in California and he got AIDS.
	This is back in the 80s, early 90s.
	So as part of the AIDS epidemic began, Peter McWilliams came down with AIDS.
	They started treating him with the same drugs that they used to treat cancer, giving many people the same effects of uncontrollable nausea.
	And because he was an open advocate about that, and because he was politically active, and because he got in the face of the government officials who said you can't have that one medication that keeps you from throwing up constantly.
	The judge said you can't have that.
	He defied the judge, and as judges always do, they like to push their authority.
	Locked him in jail to keep him from having access to marijuana that could control his nausea, and he choked to death on his own vomit in jail.
	That galvanized me.

	You know, it's not just food, drugs rather, that the FDA regulates, but they also look at food.
	There's an excellent article from Natural News asking, would you eat something from a container that was labeled explosives?
	Or petroleum product?
	Or pesticide?
	Well, you might be surprised to find that many of these explosives or petroleum products or pesticides are actually in non-organic bread that we eat on a regular basis here in the United States.
	Many of these things are banned in Europe, but it's okay here at the FDA.
	They don't have a problem with that.
	Yeah, it's kind of like glyphosates and stuff like that.
	You know, that was okay.
	That's fine with the EPA, fine with the FDA.
	They don't have a problem with that.
	Now we got glyphosates throughout our food supply here in the United States.
	But let's just take a look at some of the things that they use to package and to present the food and to preserve the food.
	As I point out in Natural News, you can take dough conditioners, well they're actually industrial applications for that.
	This is the stuff they use to keep the bread white and soft and looking fresh.
	But it's things like potassium bromate, helps the bread to rise while fueling cancer cells of the kidneys and thyroid.
	Another chemical, A-Z-O, used to make bubbles and plastics and foam is also used to bleach bread white.
	And again, the result of that is cancer in many cases.
	The FDA and the CDC do the exact opposite of what they're supposed to do.
	They're supposed to keep consumers safe and healthy, but instead they collude with big business, they purposely approve and help to promote food and medicine That contains known carcinogens, nervous system disruptors, cancer-causing agents.
	And as they point out, mountains of scientific evidence prove chemicals in food cause cancer and dementia.
	That goes for bleach, pesticides, foaming agents.
	Nevertheless, the FDA lies and says that they don't have the money or the resources to examine the problem.
	Oh, wait a minute!
	Isn't that supposedly their mission?
	See, we saw this with vaccines, didn't we?
	We had RFK Jr.
	and Dell BigTree get together and had to file a lawsuit with the government saying, you were tasked when we gave legal immunity to the vaccine industry for any damage or adverse reactions that they did to people.
	Many people died over this.
	Again, I point out, just the first quarter of this year, the vaccine court, which is not really a court, it's a Kind of a special master, you don't have due process or you don't have a jury that's really going to award you sufficient compensation.
	Quite a few people, but they paid out not that much per individual when you look at what happened with the glyphosate juries.
	We've had judgments from juries of 80 million dollars in one case, 260 million something in another case, 2 billion in the third case.
	But there were quite a few people in the first quarter of 2019, many of them having fought this vaccine court, quote-unquote, court, for 15 years because they had loved ones who were injured or killed because of vaccines.
	They were eventually rewarded.
	The government paid out $110 million in the first quarter to people who were harmed or killed By vaccines.
	And yet, when RFK Jr.
	and Del Bigtree said, well, part of this immunity deal that you had with the government in 1986 was that you were going to collect data, and you were going to report about this, and you were going to recommend things that could be done to make vaccines more effective, to make them safer, and so forth.
	I haven't seen anything that you published.
	And they refused to comply with the FOIA request, the Freedom of Information Act request.
	So they had to sue them.
	After they sued them, and they got to court, they said, well, Judge, we haven't turned over anything because we haven't collected any data at all for the last 32 years.
	Can't be bothered to even collect the data.
	Do you think the FDA is collecting data on this stuff?
	Of course not.
	They don't care what goes into your food.
	As they ask in this Natural News article, how many companies have phased out deadly bread chemicals?
	Well, we may never know because the FDA promotes them.
	Lies and claims that they're, quote, generally recognized as safe.
	Generally recognized as safe.
	They actually have an acronym for that.
	G-R-A-S.
	As they point out in this article, maybe what that really should stand for is not generally recognized as safe, but generally recognized as sickening.
	Yeah, these things that they put in the food, things like BHA, BHT, are subject to restrictions overseas.
	But they use them commonly in baked goods here in America.
	They cause cancer tumors in humans, cancer tumors in lab-tested rats.
	But these chemical food agents keep mold from growing quickly.
	See, mold won't even eat this stuff, because it's not food.
	It's synthetic chemicals.
	But the FDA says, well, we generally recognize that as safe, and so you can have that.
	But they don't generally recognize CBD as safe or effective, in spite of what you and I know.
	And a lot of data that has been collected on that.
	So we've got on this last Friday, as Jeffrey Jackson was reporting, he says, on Friday the FDA held its first hearing to assess the safety and efficacy of CBD products.
	In the opening, the hearing, Dr. Ned Sharpless Acting Commissioner of the FDA said despite the widespread use of such products, quote, critical questions remain about the safety of CBD.
	Do they really?
	Or do you have questions about the profitability of the businesses that you are protecting?
	See, it is a revolving door between these different industries.
	You know, these guys that they're supposed to be regulating, They turn around and come back as people who are on the FDA board.
	So, Dr. Sharpless pointed out that prior to the passage of last year's Farm Bill, which removed hemp as a controlled substance, they didn't have to worry about this.
	Now, they've got to worry about the competition.
	And that was what was behind the prohibition of marijuana in the first place.
	Big industry that was worried about competition.
	And clothing.
	Competition in food and medicine and nutrients and other things like that.
	This wasn't about reefer madness.
	You can't even get high with CBD oil.
	When hemp was removed as a controlled substance, this lack of research and therefore evidence to support CBD's broader use in FDA-regulated products, including in foods and dietary supplements, has resulted in unique complexities for its regulation, including many unanswered questions related to its safety.
	Total BS from this guy.
	See, what they're telling you is that everything is prohibited unless they permit it.
	And the FDA has got to take a close look at this and study this.
	But of course, they're not going to study it.
	They could have studied it all these decades that they've been locking people up in jail for using it as medicine.
	The mandatory minimums, where they didn't really care if you were involved in anything other than just possession.
	Of marijuana.
	Could be for medical use.
	No, no, no.
	How much did he have?
	Okay, he gets this many years in jail.
	We filled up our prisons.
	We locked up more people than even Communist China here in America.
	And I'm not talking about a percentage of the population.
	I'm talking about absolute numbers.
	More people in prison.
	Most of them with this insane war on drugs were there because of marijuana.
	And now they're very worried about this.
	Just like they're worried about stem cells.
	And let me tell you something.
	You need to be worried about the FDA.
	You need to be worried about this out-of-control agency that says that you can't have anything unless they permit it because they're controlled by giant corporations.
	Yeah, they're doing it to our speech now as well.
	You can't see or hear anything or say anything unless their captive corporations tell you so.
	You can't have any of this medicine unless their corporations tell you so.
	You know, we need to have regulation.
	We need to regulate the FDA out of business using the 10th Amendment.
	We need to say you don't have any authority.
	Where is your authority in the Constitution to tell us anything about what we can have in terms of food or drugs?
	You have no authority.
	You have assumed this authority.
	There's no authority for the FDA.
	There's no authority for the DEA.
	There's no authority for this UN War on Drugs.
	Understand that, conservatives.
	This is an agenda from the United Nations, the War on Drugs is.
	We have a 10th Amendment.
	We have an 18th Amendment where they had to pass an amendment to the Constitution to prohibit alcohol.
	The 21st Amendment that made it legal again.
	All three of those amendments tell you that there is no authority for them to prohibit CBD or stem cells or anything else.

	On Monday, we had USA Today reporting that it was the most violent weekend of 2019 for Chicago.
	52 people shot, 10 people killed.
	Chicago police say more than 50 people were shot, 8 of them fatally, and gun violence over the weekend.
	Two people were stabbed to death.
	With the national homicide rate hovering near historic lows, reports USA Today, Chicago's police chief on Monday decried a, quote, despicable level of violence.
	I said that officers were targeting suspected areas of gangs.
	They said they had seized 92 illegal firearms.
	Nearly twice as many as the department seizes in a typical warm weather weekend.
	But it doesn't seem to be working, does it?
	They're focused on firearms.
	They're focused on getting those guns, not the bad guys.
	See, that's kind of their red flag approach, I guess.
	Chicago police said they've got more patrol officers stationed in popular areas for tourists and residents.
	But they said earlier this year, the police department agreed to undertake dozens of reforms after the state's attorney general sued the agency, alleging that it had a very troubling record of civil rights violations.
	Here's one of those, for example.
	While that is happening, and people are shooting each other left and right, and of course this is like the days of Al Capone, right?
	Last time we saw this type of thing happening in Chicago, it really is the drug gangs that are shooting each other, getting a lot of innocent bystanders in the process.
	So we've had this type of thing before.
	We had Al Capone, his guys, you know, riding on the sides of the Model T's, Model A's and so forth with Tommy guns, fully automatic machine guns, spraying the sidewalks with gunfire.
	Drive-by shooting started with the first prohibition we had in this country.
	The big difference is, it's worked the same.
	It's corrupted the police, it's destroyed the rule of law.
	It's given a monopoly to the most dangerous people in our society, and they've used it.
	That's how they compete with each other.
	They don't compete like small businesses do in the free market, offering a better product at a better price or better service.
	No, they try to kill the other people and anybody that gets in their way.
	But just like alcohol prohibition, it hasn't worked.
	Except we didn't have the respect to change the Constitution.
	And, unlike alcohol prohibition, we've carried on this absurd experiment now for half a century.
	And we've spawned a giant predatory bureaucracy, the DEA, to run this as well.
	But, in spite of the fact that they won't acknowledge the true source of the violence and go after the people, or, even better yet, stop prohibition.
	Because, you know, it's interesting, when they stop alcohol prohibition, you stop seeing Al Capone, his guys, shooting each other with Tommy guns in the streets.
	Isn't that funny how that all disappeared for a while?
	Until we ramped it back up again.
	But here's an example of the Chicago police and what they really are doing, the serious work that they're doing.
	Reported by the Free Thought Project, Chicago cops use explosives to raid an innocent family's home and hold the kids at gunpoint.
	And they handcuff an eight-year-old.
	An eight-year-old.
	In only a matter of months, the city of Chicago is now facing its fifth lawsuit for raiding the homes of innocent people.
	Cops raided a four-year-old's birthday party, and one of these held other children at gunpoint.
	See, that's... people are shooting each other because of the drug war, so they go to a four-year-old's birthday party and point guns at the kids.
	Chicago police.
	Now, in the most recent lawsuit, This happened March 15th.
	Alberta Wilson says Chicago Police woke her up along with her four children as cops forced their way into her home.
	It was below freezing outside.
	Ice was on the ground.
	But despite this, the entire family was forced from the home, made to stand in the freezing rain.
	Thinking he was a threat, the cops even handcuffed her eight-year-old son, Royal, who was also forced to stand.
	In the freezing cold.
	She said they're afraid to go to the washroom of her children.
	They now have this traumatic stress after the event.
	She said they're afraid of the washroom, they're afraid to sleep by themselves, they're nervous, they're jumpy.
	She said she and her family were awakened by the police at 6 a.m.
	March 15th, executing a search warrant with information that said, listen to this, what were they looking for?
	Were they looking for drugs?
	Were they looking for a gang member?
	No, no, no.
	They were looking for an assault rifle.
	This is all about somebody having a gun that under the Second Amendment, under the Constitution, is allowed.
	So they said, well, we got information that somebody here might have an assault rifle.
	It might belong to one of your older sons.
	So what'd they do?
	They appointed assault weapons at the kids and the mom.
	That, by definition, is an assault rifle, if you use it to assault people, to threaten them with lethal force.
	So they pointed assault weapons at all of them, including her three younger children.
	Six years old, eight years old, nine years old.
	The adults were handcuffed and so was the eight-year-old royal.
	Who remained that way in the freezing rain while the mother begged officers to release him.
	She said he was crying, he was complaining the handcuffs were too tight.
	He felt like he was about to fall.
	I had to reassure him God was not going to let anything happen to us.
	Well, guess what?
	They didn't find any weapons.
	But despite claiming that her oldest son was still in possession of a weapon, they didn't make any arrests.
	However, they did destroy their home.
	And they did terrorize the family.
	As it's reported by ABC News, in Chicago as a family sat outside in handcuffs in the freezing rain.
	Police ransacked their home, they tore the mattresses apart, even used explosive devices to blow holes in their ceiling to look for a non-existent assault rifle.
	Something that under the Constitution is legally protected.
	Not until after a sergeant arrived on the scene did any of the cops worry about removing the handcuffs from the eight-year-old child.
	And she said, the mother said, even after they released him out of the handcuffs, they showed no remorse.
	He's a baby!
	Where's your leadership?
	Sorry, young man.
	We're sorry for placing you in handcuffs.
	Are you okay?
	None of that, she said.
	None of that was shown.
	After they destroyed the family's home, they simply felt like, they simply left it like it was.
	They didn't apologize to anyone for anything.
	See, when we look at this cop, the coward of Broward, again, as I pointed out at the top of the hour, he's facing Seven counts of child neglect, three counts of culpable negligence, one count of perjury and so forth.
	They could get him for up to 97 years and so forth.
	Because they saw him as the shooting was going on, this is a uniformed officer, armed, uniformed officer charged with protecting the kids.
	What did he do?
	When he heard the shooting, he jumped out, he took out his gun and he hid behind a concrete wall.
	Now what was he going to do?
	He was going to protect himself in case the shooter came after him.
	Which, quite frankly, is what most people would do.
	And that's precisely why you want to have armed, responsible teachers.
	Because they're not necessarily going to be heroes.
	Most people are not heroes.
	We pay a lot of respect to heroes.
	Because they're not like most of us.
	Most people will fight to protect their lives, however.
	Everybody will fight to protect their lives.
	So if you've got a teacher and somebody comes into the classroom and is shooting at them, they're going to shoot back.
	They're going to shoot back to defend the kids that are there with them.
	But an armed officer who doesn't have any connection to people, except maybe to see them as kids that he bosses around on a daily basis, isn't going to protect them.
	Just giving somebody a uniform doesn't make them a hero.
	Giving them a gun doesn't make them a hero.
	But people will defend themselves, unlike this guy.
	That's why it's so important for teachers to be trained in that.
	As Daily Caller points out, how does Eric Swalwell, what's he going to do about guns?
	Because he's always talking about gun control.
	And they said, well, you know, just think about this.
	This guy can condense his gun control program into a tweet.
	Of 280 characters or less.
	He laid out his plans on Twitter to nuke America, to ignore women that he disagrees with, to fix our gun crisis.
	No wonder with effective plans like that he's getting 0% support.
	Because guns are used for defense at least 300,000 times a year.
	And now they're moving for a ban on silencers.

	They gotta take the shots, said President Trump, and his FDA is getting into areas that we have never seen the FDA go before.
	Where nobody who feared the Constitution would tread.
	And we've got to get these people under control.
	Conservatives, you've got to understand, it's a big bureaucracy.
	President Trump may or may not agree with what they're doing.
	Shame on him if he does.
	But he can't control everything.
	And if you take a powder on this, simply because Trump is in office, you're going to lose your families, your freedom, your health, your lives.
	These are key issues.
	Yeah, we're going to talk about what's going on in the UK.
	Look, a lot of that is entertainment.
	It is window dressing.
	Where the rubber meets the road is when the government tells you what you can and cannot have as medicine.
	Where they fail to protect you in terms of what goes into your food.
	Because somebody can make a profit by putting a poison in there that even the mold won't eat.
	But you'll eat it!
	You'll go get it at the fast food place, right?
	Because you don't know what's going on.
	You think the FDA has got your back.
	No, they don't.
	But let's take a look at guns, because now after the shooting in Virginia, we'd have a lot of calls for new regulations and so forth from the governor of Virginia.
	And one of the tacks that they're taking now, because you know each one of these shooting events that they magnify into an international story, is now used as the pretext for a different thing to be regulated. You know, come after the bump stocks or to come after this or that.
	And now they're talking about silencers. Silencers. Are they really silent?
	You know, they recovered a silencer from the scene. And so now silencers have to be banned.
	You know, we had bump stocks at Las Vegas, even though you saw these bump stocks on a bipod, which, you know, one or the other would work, but they wouldn't work together, or whatever.
	Oh, let's ban the bump stocks!
	You know, we saw a confederate flag in a picture of a guy who was a shooter, Dylan Roof, so now we gotta ban confederate flags.
	Nikki Haley was on top of that.
	And so now they found a silencer on one of the two guns!
	One of the two guns.
	And of course, this is a guy, a government employee, who goes back and shoots up other government employees.
	One person was an independent contractor who happened to be there, but everybody else was working for the city.
	I've got sources who tell me that he was fired by email, and so they didn't take the key from him, so he was able to get in and shoot up the people they didn't like who just fired him.
	But again, it's a disgruntled government bureaucrat.
	Maybe we should ban government bureaucrats and leave the guns alone.
	How about that?
	Need to ban the FDA.
	Nevertheless, they found he had two guns, one of them had a suppressor, a silencer.
	In the vernacular of people like Hillary Clinton, who said the sound of gunfire can save lives.
	Well, you know, no, it's not the sound of gunfire that saves lives, Hillary.
	It's guns that save lives.
	The sound of politicians like you cost lives.
	And of course, the Washington Post is right on top of the problem.
	Why?
	The shooting in Virginia Beach sets an ominous example here.
	The sound of the silencers.
	So, Washington Post and the governor of Virginia and all this, they're now targeting silencers in the wake of this shooting, just like they targeted bump stocks.
	It's quiet.
	Witnesses might not hear, says Gillibrand and so forth.
	She's demagoguing about this.
	Well, suppressors, folks, unlike the movies, suppressors do not make gunfire silent.
	It's not even quiet.
	As a matter of fact, when we come back, I'll give you some examples of just how loud it is.
	And of course, this is radio, so you can't really tell.
	I'm not going to be shooting a gun with and without a silencer here.
	You can't tell that by looking at a video anyway.
	No, I'm going to give you some decibel levels.
	I'm going to compare it to some things that you can relate to.
	You know, it doesn't mean anything when you hear a decibel level, but we're going to tell you that it's not silent.
	We'll give you examples when we come back.

	As I said, every time we've got a shooting, they look at something and they say, well, I see a Confederate flag associated with this, or I see a bump stock associated with this, or now I see a silencer associated with this.
	So these things must all be banned, because they're somehow associated with this event.
	And of course we've got the Washington Post, we've got Hillary Clinton.
	You know, Hillary Clinton and President Trump agree on something.
	You've got to get rid of silencers.
	Donald Trump Jr.
	says, no, no, no, they're a good thing.
	He understands firearms.
	He shoots them.
	President Trump doesn't.
	Let's hope that he listens to his son, Donald Trump Jr., and not to Hillary Clinton and the Washington Post and the Democrat governor of Virginia who are saying, well, we've got to get rid of silencers now.
	It's the latest fad.
	And again, every one of these events, they've got to pick one item.
	They'll do it incrementally, taking away firearms and extending the authority of the federal government.
	So, you know, just as we saw President Trump, by executive order, getting the people in the Justice Department, the ATF, to ban bump stocks, which even under Obama, they didn't do.
	Well, maybe he's going to do that with silencers, just to virtue signal to the left.
	It's election time.
	We're talking politics here.
	Your rights are not safe.
	President Trump said, well, you know, silencers like the one used in the Virginia Beach shooting.
	I don't like them.
	I don't like them.
	And so, yeah, thank you.
	He says he's seriously looking at banning gun silencers.
	Well, let me tell you something, President Trump.
	You don't have the authority to ban anything.
	Anything.
	You swore to uphold the Constitution.
	Read it!
	I know you don't have time.
	You're too busy tweeting.
	Why don't you read the Constitution?
	Read the Second Amendment.
	You don't have authority.
	These are not even, you know, this is, they've regulated silencers in the past.
	I don't think they should have.
	They never even regulated bump stocks.
	You can get the same effect by tying the gun to your belt.
	This is simply virtue signaling, but it's expanding the authority of the bureaucracy to take away your God-given rights.
	And President Trump is out there.
	You look at Kamala Harris and how dangerous and authoritarian she is.
	She says, well, I'm going to give Congress 100 days to enact the kind of gun control that I want.
	And if they don't do it, I'll do it by executive order.
	Well, she's getting that idea from President Trump.
	I said that.
	When he said, well, we're going to stop bump stocks.
	Again, it's a stupid gimmick.
	It's a stupid gimmick, but I said, he set a very bad precedent here.
	Regulating something that is not part of the firing mechanism.
	Everything in the gun, the lower receiver is registered, regulated by them.
	But you can add anything that you want to to the rest of it.
	You can change the stock however you want to, that type of thing.
	And bump stock and accessories like that were never regulated, even by Obama's ATF.
	And yet, President Trump says, do it!
	And they do it.
	And Congress sets by.
	The courts set by.
	The American people set by.
	Why?
	Because it's President Trump doing it.
	Can you imagine if Obama had enacted a gun ban by executive order?
	You would all be outraged, but because your buddy, President Trump, and look, I like President Trump, he's done a lot of good things, but when he does the wrong thing, you better call him on it!
	You better call him on it!
	If he is too stupid to understand what he's doing, or if he has become, if he's jumped to the other side, then you better call him out on this stuff.
	And so now he's saying, yeah, seriously looking at silencing guns.
	Well, why don't you silence yourself?
	Until you've read the Second Amendment.
	Let's talk about suppressors.
	They don't silence the gun.
	The decibel level of a Glock 17 9mm, one of the most popular handguns out there.
	If you put a suppressor on it, and again, this is like the gun that was used in Virginia Beach, so they've got to respond to this particular shooting.
	But think about this.
	A Glock 17 9mm with a suppressor still has a sound level of 126 decibels.
	126 dB.
	How loud is that?
	Does that mean anything to you?
	Well, let's give you some examples here.
	Let's talk about a car horn.
	Because, you know, Hilary Clinton says, we've got to ban silencers because, you know, if people don't know there's a shooting, and Gillibrand, of course, her successor in the New York Senate, both of them say, well, you know, we can't have these silent guns because they've been watching Hollywood.
	And, you know, in Hollywood, they put the silencers on and it's just like pew, pew, pew, pew.
	You don't hear anything at all.
	They're silent.
	Well, not really.
	Again, a Glock 17 9mm, 126 dB.
	A typical car horn is 107 to 109 decibels.
	A silenced Glock 17 is 126 decibels.
	A train horn is louder.
	A train horn is 146 to 175 dB.
	But let's talk about car horns.
	decibels. A silenced Glock 17 is 126 decibels. A train horn is louder. A train horn is 146 to 175 dB. But let's talk about car horns. A car horn is typically between 107 and 109 is typically between 107 and 109 decibels.
	The max that is legal in most jurisdictions before they'll give you a ticket for a car horn is 118 decibels.
	Now even if you had the maximum legally allowed car horn you would still be eight decibels below a silenced Glock 17.
	Now To give you an idea of this, every 3 decibels that you go up, the perceived loudness is doubled.
	So, this is something that is, let's just call it 9, because we're not, you know, typically a typical car horn is going to be even more than that.
	A typical car horn, you're going to be looking at a 20 decibel difference, not a 8 decibel difference between the loudest legal car horn and a silenced Glock 17.
	But let's just go with the maximum legally loud horn that anybody could have out there.
	It's not the kind of horn that typically comes with your car.
	That's going to be 107 to 109 decibels.
	Because, you know, some of us believe that the car horns that we get are not loud enough, and so we put in an aftermarket horn.
	I'm not saying who would do that, but so many people around here in Austin don't pay attention to what's there that it's sometimes good to have a horn that can wake people up if you need it.
	But let's just go with the maximum legal 118 decibels for a car horn versus the 126 decibels of a Glock 17 with a quote-unquote silencer on it.
	That's 8 decibels.
	So each 3 decibels is going to double in sound level.
	So it's going to be 3 doublings, right?
	2 times 2 times 2, which is 8.
	So it's going to be 8 times louder.
	Your silenced Glock 17 is going to be 8 times louder Then the maximum legally allowed car horn.
	So, no.
	It isn't going to make a difference.
	It isn't going to save lives.
	It is not like television.
	So many of these other things here.
	Let's just understand that what we should really be concerned about, what President Trump should be more concerned about, is not the quote-unquote suppression or silencing of guns.
	President Trump needs to keep focused on the suppression and the silencing of free speech in the public square.
	Why don't you focus on that, President Trump?
	Why don't you take that and defend that constitutional issue instead of destroying our constitutional freedoms?
	Whether or not President Trump enacts an executive order to ban silencers like he did with bump stocks, He needs to understand, and you need to understand if you're a Trump supporter, how dangerous it is when a politician, when a leader, starts carelessly throwing ideas out there.
	This is one of the reasons why I keep my opinion of President Trump on a much shorter lease than most people do.
	Because I think you need to shut up about things that are blatantly unconstitutional.
	Not throw them out there as if you're considering them.
	You shouldn't even consider this President Trump, let alone talk about this.
	Let's hope that he does listen to his son.
	Alright, let's talk about what's going on in the UK when we come back.
	And then we'll talk about some of the statements that have been made by the Democrats that have even CNN and the mainstream media laughing at them.
	They've become a laughing stock.
	They're so ridiculous in what they're having to say.
	What they're saying about themselves, for the most part.

	We're going to take a look at President Trump in the UK, the politics going back and forth with that.
	We'll also take a look at the Democrats, who have now become a laughing stock, even to CNN.
	Even the people at CNN are laughing about the Democrats and their ludicrous virtue signaling.
	But again, just before we leave, the idea of silencers, the idea that President Trump, after this shooting in Virginia Beach, where one of the two guns He was found with a silencer.
	He was asked by a reporter if there should be restrictions.
	He said, I don't like them at all, silencers.
	And he said, well, are you going to ban it?
	He says, well, I'd like to think about it.
	I'm going to seriously look at it.
	Well, President Trump, seriously look at the Constitution and your constitutional authority.
	Seriously look at what these things are.
	Educate yourself about it.
	Talk to your son, who understands what silencers are, suppressors are.
	You obviously don't.
	You obviously don't understand that this is a very effective device to save people's hearing.
	That's why people want to have this.
	It isn't so they can go around like secret agents in the movies.
	Again, if you look at the sound levels, as I pointed out, much, much louder than a typical car horn.
	It's going to be 2 to the 7th power.
	I didn't even work out the math on that.
	Anyway, it's going to be, what is that, 128, 256 times as loud as the typical car horn that comes now on your typical cars?
	But he doesn't have the authority to do, to ban...
	Anything that has to do with guns from the executive office.
	These executive orders should not be used.
	That's what the Constitution says.
	And maybe you should educate yourself, President Trump, about the real source of violence in Chicago, for example, the unconstitutional UN drug war.
	So why don't you stop the unconstitutional drug war?
	You've had prison reform, that's good.
	But let's stop the unconstitutional drug war instead of enacting unconstitutional gun control.
	Via an unconstitutional, an unprecedented method, and that is by executive order.
	You know, always in the past they violated the Constitution by having the Congress pass laws.
	Now he's doing it by executive order.
	That is really dangerous, really dangerous.
	That's why that has to be opposed.
	And again, this is about hearing protection.
	You know, they're not silent.
	But what they do is they take the noise level down for the shooter, not so much downstream.
	It's still going to be very, it's going to be even louder downstream than it is for the shooter.
	That's the point, to protect hearing.
	Alright, let's talk about President Trump in the UK.
	He had a very, he had a palace dinner where they were offering up $2,000 a bottle wine, Chateau Lafite or whatever, I don't even know what that is, because I'm not, like President Trump, I am a teetotaler.
	So, I don't know my wines.
	Probably if I knew wines, I wouldn't be drinking 2,000-pound bottle wine either.
	But as they pointed out, he hosted Charles and Camilla at the U.S.
	Ambassador's Residence, and they had the type of food that he likes to eat, which is basically beef, potatoes, vanilla ice cream.
	They did have some wine there.
	But it was a 30-pound bottle, $40 worth approximately, I guess, of red wine, which he doesn't have any use for.
	And as this was happening, he had, yesterday, he met with Theresa May.
	Jeremy Corbyn, the Labour Communist, was making a big show out of how he would not meet with President Trump.
	At the same time, virtue-signalling about how much he loved Sadiq Khan.
	Criticizing President Trump for pushing back after Sadiq Khan threw a bunch of garbage at him with an op-ed piece while Trump was on his way there.
	So, of course, Trump punched back.
	And again, you can look at this and say, well, you know, some of these insults you need to let roll off your back.
	And I think that's generally true of President Trump.
	Although, if I was President Trump, and I was heading to another country, and you had a little pipsqueak like Sadiq Khan, who just happens, he's only the mayor.
	If he started attacking me like that, I think in that particular case, I'd say, go after him with everything you've got, which is what President Trump did.
	And Jeremy Corman, however, was virtue signaling about Siddiq Khan on the quote, wonderful Islamic festival of Eid.
	Eid.
	Which, you know, E-I-D.
	Which is pronounced Eid, as in feed.
	Which is kind of ironic, because it's part of... it ends their fast, I guess.
	Maybe that's why they call it Eid.
	I'm gonna have something to eat now.
	They asked the president what he thought about Corbyn, who criticized his record on refugees.
	And as Breitbart points out, of course, Corbyn has already carefully attended banquets for the Chinese communists.
	But of course, you know, he is a communist himself.
	So no problem.
	You know, just like de Blasio.
	He wanted to honeymoon with Castro, violated the sanctions to go honeymoon with Castro.
	Or you got Comrade Bernie, who wanted to honeymoon in the Soviet Union.
	As it was apparent to everybody, except for Comrade Bernie, that the Soviet Union was this rotten core about ready to collapse, and they did collapse shortly after that.
	But of course, you know, people like Comrade Bernie, people like de Blasio, people like Jeremy Corbyn, they love communists because they are communists.
	But anyway.
	As President Trump said, they kept talking to him about Mayor Kahn because they want to portray President Trump as a bully.
	When it was Kahn who started to pick the fight with him.
	And so he says, well he hasn't been a good mayor, he doubled down on it.
	He says he's done a poor job, crime is up, he's got a lot of problems.
	I don't think he should be criticizing a representative of the United States that can do so much good for the United Kingdom.
	He should be positive, not negative.
	He is a negative force, he is not a positive force, and on and on.
	And as, meanwhile, as this is going out, again, a lot has been made about the fact that he said he's just like de Blasio, the communist mayor of New York, the failed communist mayor of New York.
	And he is!
	I mean, two big cities, two financial centers, two communists, two failed mayors.
	And of course, he said, well, he's just like him, except he's shorter.
	And obviously, you look at the picture there of the two of them, and what is the first thing that you see between these two guys?
	The difference in height.
	De Blasio is quite a bit taller than the average person.
	And Sadiq Khan is quite a bit shorter than the average person.
	So the height discrepancy there is a big deal.
	But he basically called them twins.
	And they are kind of like twins.
	But NPR fact-checked that for us.
	NPR, there you go, right there.
	NPR fact-checked that and said, no, Sadiq Khan isn't half the height of De Blasio.
	That would only be three feet.
	Well, it'd be three feet, two and a half inches, NPR.
	You can't even fact check correctly.
	But that is the absurdity and the links that NPR and the mainstream media will go to to avoid talking about anything of any substance.
	They'll focus on the petty, back and forth, circus aspect of this stuff.
	They'll focus on the personal spats that are going back and forth, but they won't talk about anything of any substance.
	Because really, a key part of the substance Was the fact that President Trump was saying we would love to have a lot more trade with the UK.
	Nobody wanted to talk about that.
	As a matter of fact, even Boris Johnson didn't want to talk about that.
	He snubbed President Trump.
	Boris Johnson, who wants to be the replacement for Theresa May, because you know, Theresa May, this is about the last thing that she did before she's going to be leaving No.
	10 Downing Street.
	So she stopped packing her bags just long enough to have a meeting with President Trump.
	And then she'll be leaving, evacuating pretty soon.
	Thrown out.
	And Boris Johnson wants to take her place, but again, he's looking like the same kind of appeaser.
	You know, Theresa the appeaser, he's looking just like her.
	Well, he said he was too busy to meet with President Trump.
	Nigel Farage, however, was not.
	And as he and President Trump met, he pointed out that President Trump said, hey, look, we could do trade that was two to three times what we're doing with the UK right now.
	Why isn't Wall Street talking about that?
	Oh, no, they're not going to talk about that.
	They're going to talk about the slights against Sadiq Khan.

	But let's take a look at Joe Biden because he's put out this, he's got people laughing at him.
	about a lot of different issues.
	But he's even got CNN laughing at him because of his bogus claims about having marched during the civil rights movement when he was running for president the first time.
	Here's CNN taking a look at Joe Biden's virtue signaling the first time he ran for president.
	Eye-opening lead in a New York Times profile of Joe Biden's 1988 presidential campaign, the first time he ran for president.
	He lied to voters, according to the New York Times, quoting aides of Biden's, about having marched in the Civil Rights Movement.
	This is Biden making this false claim in 1987.
	When I marched in the Civil Rights Movement, I did not march with a 12-point program.
	I marched with tens of thousands of others to change attitudes.
	In the New York Times reports, quote, more than once, advisors had gently reminded Mr. Biden of the problem with this formulation.
	He had not actually marched during the civil rights movement, and more than once, Mr. Biden assured them that he understood and kept telling the story anyway.
	That is really, really weird.
	It is.
	And the story was a reminder that in that 88 race, he was one of the younger candidates.
	He was 44 years old.
	He was the new generation.
	But if you haven't read the book of what it takes about the 1988 campaign, rich chapters of Joe Biden and others, but it does point out a problem, a challenge for Joe Biden.
	Has he fixed that issue?
	When he gets very comfortable, out on the stump speaking and other things he has tended to embellish.
	He has tended to make things sound slightly rosier than they are.
	Now his aides went back to say look he was in office marching for the idea of civil rights but was not actually marching in the streets.
	But that would not fly as much.
	That he was supporting civil rights.
	In today's strength of Twitter, okay.
	That's CNN laughing, that's not me.
	In today's strength of Twitter, okay.
	So you cannot get away with that in this moment.
	So that's his big challenge.
	Can he modernize himself and has he sort of brushed away all those old tendencies he had that ultimately ended to him dropping out before the Iowa caucuses by, you know, because he plagiarized a speech.
	That is exactly the kind of story that is a picture-perfect moment for a debate, right?
	If I am a candidate... Let's hold it right there.
	I'm sure that will come back again.
	Maybe it was the sort of thing that, you know, we got a lot of sources that say that Arnold Schwarzenegger...
	Love to march around his apartment with his arm out in a Nazi salute to Nazi music.
	Maybe Joe Biden was doing that, I don't know.
	Maybe, I don't know, you can't really march to We Shall Overcome, it's kind of too low key, too low tempo.
	I don't know what he was marching to, but he was marching to a different drummer.
	Let's take a look at the radio hosts who have Elizabeth Warren on, and of course they asked her some uncomfortable questions.
	About her virtue signaling, you know, Joe Biden, oh yeah, yeah, was marching with the civil rights people, you know, maybe he was, uh, I know what Joe Biden was doing.
	He was with Morris Dees, the founder of the Southern Poverty Law Center, you know, Morris Dees, who began His civil rights movement by defending the Ku Klux Klan guys who beat the protesters in Birmingham, Alabama?
	Who burned their buses?
	Well, it was Morris Dees who defended them.
	Then he set out the rest of the civil rights movement and then jumped back in as the person who's going to defend everybody from the Ku Klux Klan.
	That's when he started making a lot of money.
	But maybe Joe Biden was hanging out with Morris Dees and they were just imagining that they were supporting the civil rights movement.
	But let's take a look at this uncomfortable interview for Elizabeth Warren as she gets called out for her lies about her heritage.
	Your family told you you were Native American?
	Yeah!
	Charlamagne tells me I'm Dominican, but I don't believe her.
	How long did you hold on to that?
	Because there was some report that said you were Native American on your Texas bar license and that you said you were Native American on some documents when you were a professor at Harvard.
	Like, why'd you do that?
	So, it's what I believe.
	Like I said, it's what I learned from my family.
	When did you find out you weren't?
	Well, I'm not a person of color.
	I'm not a citizen of a tribe.
	And tribal citizenship is an important distinction.
	And not something I am.
	Were there any benefits to that?
	No.
	Boston Globe did a full investigation.
	It never affected nothing about my family.
	It never affected any job I ever got.
	It's kind of like the original Rachel Dozo, a little bit.
	Rachel Dozo, a white woman pretending to be black.
	This is what I learned from my family.
	Oh yeah, that was pretty hard.
	That was a black guy in a radio station, they have videotape of that.
	He says, yeah, you sound like the original Rachel Dozol, you know, the lady who was white and passed for black.
	Hey look, she and Elizabeth Warren.
	As a matter of fact, I'd said that about Elizabeth Warren before.
	You know, her and the beta male, Beta O'Rourke.
	I mean, this is a guy who doesn't even claim Well, it wasn't his family that told him he was Hispanic.
	He just had friends who were Hispanic.
	He hung out with them, so he started calling himself Beta.
	Beto.
	Right?
	I call him Beta, because he's a beta male.
	But this is a guy who, even when he was in college, come on, he was writing his bylines for reviews that he got in trouble with.
	He was writing his bylines as Robert O'Rourke.
	The Eidershman.
	But now, because he wants to run for office, he wants to identify with us.
	And that's exactly what you heard from Elizabeth Warren.
	Look, it's what I believed.
	Don't question me.
	How judgmental of you, how prejudiced of you, to not go with my perception of myself, right?
	That's just the whole transgender mentality.
	Look, I may biologically not be an Indian, but don't you dare tell me That I can't believe that I'm an Indian.
	And you should treat me that way.
	And, of course, Harvard should treat her that way.
	They should set aside a place for her there.
	Because, of course, she's Native American.
	So, you know, she gets a set aside for that.
	Even though it's a lie.
	Because she genuinely believes it.
	She's trans-Indian.
	Just like Beta is trans-Hispanic.
	Let's take a look at Booty Gay.
	Now, this is a guy who is genuinely homosexual.
	That's why I call him booty gay, because I don't know how to pronounce his name and I don't really care.
	Hopefully he's going to be gone before I have to learn how to pronounce his name.
	But he is virtue signaling about the fact that he's gay, so I'm sure he's happy with the fact that I call him booty gay.
	But this guy is now, even though he is genuinely a protected class of people and he can run on that, that can become the basis of a presidential campaign, he's now saying that ICE agents, immigration agents, are illegal.
	But of course the people that they're arresting, the foreign citizens who are criminally trespassing, they're not.
	Don't call them illegal.
	Here's Booty Gay.
	There's three things I want to point to that are going to be important.
	The first, of course, is just do no harm, right?
	The first is to stop the bad policies.
	So when we talk about ICE, you know, whether it's in its current form or some other form, when our immigration authorities are given an inhumane, and in my view, in many ways, illegal set of policies to carry out, the results are going to be horrible.
	Alright, so you don't like their policies, so you criminalize the ICE agents, which is exactly what they're doing with President Trump.
	They don't like his policies, so they try to make a criminal out of him.
	Yeah, bring me the man, I'll find the crime.

	But of course, then he said, do no harm.
	Yeah, you know, where did we first hear that?
	Oh, yeah, that was the Greek philosopher and Dr. Galen.

	They're not going to do anything about this, in my opinion.

	You know, it's hard for you to break that bond that you have with your cell phone, isn't it?
	It's really hard.
	You know, you've got a relationship with that thing.
	You've got a relationship with big tech.
	So let me tell you just how creepy these people are and how far over that creepy line that Eric Schmidt used to talk about.
	He said, we're going to get right up to the line of creepy and then we're going to maybe go over a little bit.
	They've gone over a lot, way over the creepy line.
	For example, just take a look at this.
	Google is parsing your Gmail for financial transactions.
	Is that creepy?
	You like that idea?
	Think about this.
	This is a story by Todd Hazleton.
	It's in Zero Hedge.
	He said he located an obscure purchases page in his Google account settings.
	What's this?
	Have you ever looked at that?
	So I've got a Gmail account.
	I don't use it for anything serious.
	I have to set it up to get access to certain things or whatever, but I don't ever use it for anything.
	Just spam goes there.
	But maybe you should set up that same type of approach to it.
	Anyway, he says in his Google account settings he found a purchases page and when he looked at it he found a methodical list of his online purchasing history from outside third-party vendors.
	This is not stuff that he bought from Google.
	This is stuff that he bought from outside vendors and they emailed him a receipt.
	And it went all the way back to 2012.
	Seven years worth of stuff.
	And so he said, well, okay, so the bottom line is Google is saving years of information about purchases that you've made outside of Google.
	And it's extracting this information from your quote-unquote free Gmail account.
	That's why they offer it for free.
	It's complicated to delete this information and the options to turn it off are hidden.
	Deep inside the privacy settings.
	If you even find out about it, it's going to be very difficult for you to find out where you can turn it off.
	And finally, Google says it doesn't use this information to sell you ads.
	Well, okay, that's probably a lie.
	Probably a lie.
	But, think about the implications of this.
	This means that Google is scanning, in detail, every one of your Gmails that you get.
	Every email, they're scanning it.
	Just like the Chinese government scanned Hillary Clinton's emails.
	Google's doing that to you.
	And they're looking for financial transactions.
	Because otherwise, how are they going to know what you purchased, right?
	It's like, oh, this is a purchase, and blah blah blah, and they're going to record that information.
	So what else are they scanning?
	Think about that.
	What else are they scanning?
	That should get you very concerned.
	And it should get you very concerned about the fact that the government can and does do the same things as well.
	You don't think they've got access to Gmail?
	You don't think that Google is playing footsies with the American government like they play footsie with the Chinese government.
	Take a look at this story from The Intercept.
	Of course we talked a great deal yesterday about Tiananmen Square, the 30-year anniversary of that.
	I've got more to say about that actually today because I think really what we ought to start calling China is the Tiananmen regime.
	Let's call them the Tiananmen regime because that's really what they are.
	That's really where the Chinese government And the hardline communist fascists.
	Because understand, yeah, they use a communist philosophy to get and to hold power, but these people are really corrupt kleptocrats.
	They are fascists because there's a unification.
	of business and government there in China.
	So really, it became the Tiananmen regime 30 years ago, and they have acted that way internally and externally.
	Oh yeah, it was worth it, they said.
	We stopped that unrest.
	But, let's take a look at this Chinese artist.
	He's a dissonant artist, and he was corresponding with The Intercept, and they said, well, we got the messages suddenly, and then he went quiet.
	He said, my identity's been leaked.
	I'm worried about my safety.
	They'd been busy preparing an exhibition in Hong Kong to celebrate what they called Free Expression Week.
	And again, they were going to set that up on the anniversary, the 30-year anniversary of Tiananmen Square.
	So they were going to talk about free expression and free speech.
	The show was partly inspired by Google's plan, that's the Dragonfly program, Google's plan to build a censored search engine in China.
	And it was set to include work that the artist had created, skewering the US tech giant, Google, For cooperating with the Communist Party's regime and their suppression of internet freedom.
	And what happened was, just like Google is scanning your Gmails to find your purchases and creating a list of that and then monetizing that with people, guess what?
	They create a list of your political information and let me tell you, they don't necessarily get paid by the Pentagon.
	Or paid by the surveillance state.
	But they can use this to show that they are going to be the willing servants of the U.S.
	government police state surveillance state.
	So they can collate this information about you, this same type of political information, or if you're just, you know, concerned about Google, you don't like Google, you talk about it on social media or whatever, well, they get that information about you.
	Maybe you become a suspect for these people.
	Anyway, it was a nightmare scenario for this particular artist.
	They said he's one of China's most prolific political satirists.
	He has never revealed his real name.
	But Google was able to figure it out.
	And Google ratted him out to the Chinese Communists.
	This is why our government loves Google and big tech.
	And I'm telling you it's why they're not going to do anything to break them up.
	They want big data.
	Big data is essential to the U.S.
	government.
	He said the Chinese government, he told them, sent two policemen to visit my family in China.
	They took one of my family members to a police station.
	They interrogated them for three or four hours.
	And the picture of this guy that you see on the article from The Intercept, he's got his whole face covered up.
	You can barely see his eyes.
	Of course, if they show too much of his eyes, I'm sure Google can figure out who he is just from looking at his eyes.
	They can probably do a biometric if the resolution is high enough.
	You know, the first time I saw people, I've said this before, when I was in college in engineering, this was before the Shah of Iran left Iran, And he was the buddy of the CIA.
	The CIA had trained his secret police called the Savak.
	And there were people going to college, Iranian students going to college at the time.
	I didn't know any of them, but there were a lot of them in the engineering classes.
	I wasn't friends with any of them, but I asked one of these guys, why are you guys protesting?
	And why are you protesting with your faces covered?
	And they said, well, because they're watching us, they're taking pictures of us, if they figure out who we are, they will harm our families back in Iran, which is what they did to this dissident who is a political dissident in Hong Kong.
	And he was outed by Google going through his stuff and turning him in to the Chinese communists.
	But just remember, if you think that the American government can't do this, it was the American government that was partnering with the Shah of Iran, it was the American CIA who trained the SAVAK, the secret police, to do exactly this type of thing.
	Don't tell me this can't happen in America!
	They have got all of this information put together and they are ready to roll this out.
	They're ready to pull the trigger on this.

	You know, Scott just handed me a list of all the candidates that Google has been supporting in the 2018 cycle.
	Going back to 2016, of course, Hillary was their top person that they supported.
	But in 2018, they spent $5.9 million, about $6 million.
	And I got about 10 pages of people that they supported here.
	And the first three pages, every single one of them, Democrat.
	But Beto O'Rourke was the person that they gave the most money to.
	And very interesting, he got $268,000 from Google.
	Number four on the list was Doug Jones.
	The guy that they ran against, Roy Moore.
	Roy Moore, the only person who stood up and said, you know what, the federal judges don't have the authority to overrule the voters of Alabama, the Alabama Constitution, and the Alabama Judiciary.
	He stood for the 10th Amendment.
	I've not seen any other politician do that.
	That's why he had to be taken down.
	That's why he had the Republicans attack him with that fake claim, and that's why you had Google giving his opponent $155,000, and on and on and on.
	Yeah, you want to talk about how they're going to do something about this?
	No, no, no.
	There's too much money here.
	As I said yesterday, this is simply a call that is going out to these politicians, by the politicians to the big tech companies saying, pony up with some cash here, come on!
	Remember when they did this to Microsoft?
	And everybody said, well, you know, Microsoft, they just didn't play the game.
	That's why they've got this anti-trust regulation against them.
	They just didn't play the game.
	They've got to understand that in Washington, you've got to pay up.
	It's a protection racket.
	Just like the Mafia.
	You know, comes in, tells a local store merchant, you know, you need some protection here.
	I do?
	I've never been threatened by anyone.
	Well, I'm threatening you now.
	You need some protection from me.
	Pay up.
	That's what these people do.
	So what we're witnessing here is virtue signaling to the electorate that they're really going to do something about the attacks On your privacy?
	On your free speech?
	That they're going to do something about these people who have made the internet their private property and are kicking you off?
	When in reality all they're doing is just telling these people, you better pay up.

	And this is just the stuff that they're getting from driver's licenses, passports, mug shots, all that kind of stuff.
	They can search that with facial recognition.
	640 million photographs.
	Okay, well, they can actually, that's the AP talking about that.
	They can actually, they got a much bigger database, a much more useful database on Facebook.
	What do you think they call it?
	Facebook.

	Were they kind of in our face about what they're going to do about all this?
	Facial recognition book.
	How about that?
	You give them your pictures, they match this up.
	They take a look at your political beliefs, your hobbies, where you live, who your friends are.
	That's called geospatial intelligence.

	...has got all this information on you.
	Of course, the FBI can scrape through the law enforcement databases and get access to about 640 million photographs.
	According to AP, that's probably a small number of what it actually is.
	But we had the article last week about how the U.S.
	military, the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, had a friend who went there.
	It's not just the Navy.
	It's all branches of the military go there for research.
	My friend was there.
	He was in the Army.
	But the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California is screening messages from at least 200 million users from more than 100 countries and more than 60 languages to better understand collective expression.
	Oh yeah!

	They say they want to measure how colloquial expressions and slang evolve over time.
	Oh, you didn't know that that was actually the mission?
	Of naval intelligence and DARPA and everything.
	Really, these guys are just kind of curious about language etymology, right?
	How did we get these different words?
	I don't know.
	Let's do a study.
	Let's do a big study.
	We're just curious.
	And, you know, we're just linguists, okay?
	We're not creepy surveillance or police state or military industrial complex.
	We're not trying to use this to dominate anybody.
	We're just curious.
	We just want to know how colloquial expressions and slang evolve over time.
	So let's do a massive study of 350 billion social media messages.
	Now, they want to know what collective expression is.
	And in this article, the next sentence says, messages that would include things like usernames will be examined for comments, for metadata, for location, and for hometown identifiers.
	See, when Michael Hayden, former head of the CIA, former head of the NSA, when all this Snowden stuff came out, he goes, we're not listening to your recorded, your phone calls, and we're not reading your messages, and all that.
	Okay.
	Well, basically he was kind of telling you the truth.
	Because it's far more, he says, all we're doing is we're just getting the metadata.
	It's just the metadata.
	The metadata is far more important than listening to your phone conversation or reading your emails.
	Because the metadata is far easier for them to cross-tabulate, to analyze with an algorithm.
	And of course, as I said before, geospatial intelligence, which is going to take a look at your activity-based, ABI, activity-based intelligence.
	Or human domain analytics, HDA, it's all part of geospatial intelligence.
	James Clapper, has addressed that since the late 1990s.
	These have been conventions that typically now are getting about 5,000 people a year at their conventions.
	It is the biggest part of intelligence, and that is to map people, to map the human domain.
	Remember Jade Helm?
	There wasn't any visible exercise that was going on in Jade Helm.
	There weren't any people dropping from planes or driving around in cars or anything.
	They wanted to put that information out there because the slogan of Jade Helm was mastering the human domain.
	How were they going to do that?
	Human domain analytics.
	They looked at the people that were concerned about these types of exercises, kinetic exercises, military, physical military exercises that were being conducted in their midst and said, well, I'm kind of suspicious of a government that would train to fight its own people.
	Kind of like I was suspicious about a government that would do that type of thing.

	So it's far more important for us to do analysis of people and then to understand how we can propagandize them and win the propaganda war.
	McRaven at the time was saying, we've lost all of these asymmetric warfare, regime change things that we've gotten involved in because we focused on kinetic warfare.
	He goes, remember the purpose of special forces from the beginning was to win the hearts and minds.
	We've got to do this by propaganda.

	And they want to know who they have to push off.

	And so they're going to get your metadata, they're going to have hometown identifiers, and of course they'll have other stuff there too.
	Your political beliefs, your religious beliefs, who your friends are, and on and on.
	Are you the kind of person who might own guns?
	That type of thing.
	And as Yahoo went on to say, while it's part of an existing Department of Defense analysis effort to harness big data for social research.
	Do you understand what they mean when they say big data?
	The fundamental business model of Google is big data.
	That's why they offer everything for free.
	They have to get to a certain kind of critical mass.
	Just like a nuclear weapon.
	Has reached critical mass.
	So if they can offer this stuff for free, and if they can operate and survive financially with money from Wall Street investors, with money from venture capital firms that have the CIA and the NSA and DARPA and so forth on their board of directors, if they can get these people to channel money in, keep them going, they can make everything for free for a very long time.
	And if they can get enough data from everybody, they get critical mass and they can mine that data and that becomes a separate entity.
	The quantity becomes the quality as to what they have.
	So their whole model has been built on, we'll make this stuff free, you are the product.
	Information about you is the product and they are monetizing that information with private businesses and they're using it for access to political power with the military-industrial complex and that is why they're not going to do anything to break these guys up.
	You're going to have to break up with them.
	That's why I played that Neil Sadaka song.
	It's hard for you to do that, isn't it?
	But you're going to have to break up with big data because the government isn't going to break them up.
	Not going to do it.
	They created them for this purpose.
	Now I hope that George Gilder is right.
	I hope that this fundamental model is going to be rejected.
	I hope that some enterprising A tech guru is going to come out with a internet.
	He believes it's going to happen.
	He said, look, I'm in my late seventies.
	I think before I die, I'm going to see this in my lifetime.
	So he thinks it's imminent.
	I hope it is.
	I hope somebody comes out with a model that is, as George Gilder said, when he said life after Google, he said this whole thing will go away when people value their privacy.
	And when somebody creates an internet that is based on blockchain technology, That keeps you anonymous, keeps you private, keeps you as the owner of your data.
	They don't want that.
	They don't want that.
	And in my opinion, this is going to kind of be like all the conspiracy theories about big oil.
	That anybody's got any kind of technology that looks like it's going to get there, Google will buy them, or DARPA will buy them out.
	Or they will shut them down one way or the other to keep that from happening.
	That's my more cynical, conspiracy-minded take on this.
	Is that they're not going to let this happen.
	They did everything they could to make Google happen.
	I think they're going to keep this other stuff from happening.
	Because that really would be the solution.
	As George Gilder said, if you If you have an internet that is based on the fundamental premise is privacy and security, not added on as a bag on the side, as an afterthought, because that'll never work.
	They know that it won't work.
	They never wanted it to be private.
	They never wanted it to be secure.
	The whole idea behind big data is to have access to everything about you.
	But if they ever have that, that will be the way that it'll stop.

	Even though, under the Constitution, all of those things should be regulated by the local state government, just like they do local governments look at restaurants and you have the health services are there done locally.
	It's far more efficient to do that.
	The only reason they pull it up to the federal government is because they want to ban entire industries for large multinational corporations.
	It isn't because it's more effective to do it that way.
	As a matter of fact, there's no constitutional authority for them to do that.
	But your stem cells are not a food.
	Your stem cells are not a drug.
	Your stem cells are not cosmetics.
	So even if there was authority in the Constitution for the FDA, and there isn't, they wouldn't have any authority over this.
	And yet, if you look at the main, it's very clear the dividing line between independent press and between the mainstream media.
	If you look at the Washington Post, if you look at the LA Times, if you look at CNN, they're all talking about how the FDA is one, the FDA is one.
	The FDA has been backed by a federal judge.
	You look at other people and they say, wait a minute, this is one of the most promising medical techniques to come out in quite some time and the federal government is now moving to regulate something they've never tried to regulate before?
	I have a problem with this.
	I have family members who have been helped by this.
	And a lot of people have been helped by this.
	And the federal government doesn't have any authority over this.

	I still can't believe That today, third world nations have more health freedom than Americans, but that's really what we're looking at after this decision.

	I don't know if you're familiar with the individual from Iran, stem cell scientist who came from Iran.

	I had that written down earlier, but he was invited by the Mayo Clinic and they said, well, you know, we've, we stopped visas from Iran.
	And so they arrested him.
	He's been held without bail for seven months now.
	A stem cell scientist who was going to the Mayo Clinic to present his findings.
	This is not about immigration.
	This is not about Iran.
	This is not a nuclear scientist.
	And this has nothing to do with immigration.
	They don't care about immigration whatsoever.
	They made that pretty clear.
	But they do care about stopping stem cells.
	And so this guy's been in jail for seven months without bail.
	Yeah, I had not heard about that gentleman, hopefully he's a gentleman, until you reported on it and, you know, all I can say is he must be really on to something.
	Yes, exactly.
	Because if they put him in jail and he's here, you know, to study and progress the field of stem cell science further, then why on earth would he be a threat, except that what he's doing is a threat, which is exactly why the FDA has cited
	I'm sorry, the Department of Justice, you know, representing the FDA, has really decided to take control over our stem cells and to shut down scientists like Dr. Kristen Camilla from furthering the field of using our own stem cells to heal.
	I mean, quite frankly, David, we're at the point now where it's pretty clear that Novartis owns our FDA.
	Yes, yes.
	Oh yeah, it's a revolving door.
	It's regulatory capture.
	We've seen this over and over again, as I mentioned earlier in the program.
	We saw this happen with GMOs, and we saw that as they were losing at the local level, as Monsanto was losing, they said, all right, we're going to regulate this at the federal level, because we can't win any elections.
	Even though we go into a local county election and spend $8 million, the farmers who know what's going on said, no, no, no, we don't want your stuff here.
	So they said, all right, we'll federalize it.
	They called it the DARK Act.
	And now that's what they're doing with our health care as well.
	You know, when I'm looking at this LA Times article, Lori, they say, well, the firm has claimed that its clinics have shown positive results in treating diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, brain trauma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD, and so forth.
	Very effective at osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, that type of thing.
	But of course, we can't have this.
	And we can't have this clinic extracting fat from somebody with a liposuction and then extracting stem cells from your own body and then putting that back in.
	They want to regulate that as if it were a drug.
	It's unconscionable.
	We have so many procedures in this country that are regulated as medical procedures by state governing medical boards, including in vitro fertilization, including organ transplant.
	Neither of these much more invasive procedures are regulated by the FDA.
	They want to say that a simple liposuction procedure which is done thousands of times a day in the United States Where, in this case, we're going to separate out the stem cells and put them back in our bodies so that we can heal, is now considered a drug and we are denied access.
	This is outrageous.
	It's unconscionable that this is happening on Donald Trump's watch.
	You know, I'm extremely concerned about health freedom in America.
	And health freedom for 2020 has to be a major issue.
	President Trump promised this vaccine.
	Safety Commission, we haven't seen it.
	Now he's out there saying, well, they've got to get the shots.
	They've got to take the shots.
	Talking about all the scare about measles, right?
	Exactly.
	And if you look at what's reported about measles, over 900 cases are reported.
	Go to the CDC website, you'll see 169.
	You also will not see that 26,000 children have been diagnosed with autism During the same month period that there's this measles outrage.
	So I'm really... And even if it was 900, show me where somebody has been injured by that.
	I mean, we had $110 million paid out to a lot of different people.
	This is not one person who was injured in a case.
	I mean, that's what you see with the glyphosate judgments.
	But this was a lot of people in just the first quarter of this year that were damaged by vaccines.
	But where are the people that were damaged even by having measles?
	The net effect of this was that they got That's right.
	after this, whether it's 169 or 969.
	That's right, and I spoke to two physicians that are members of Physicians for Informed Consent this past weekend.
	I was actually at a stem cell conference in California.
	Both of them told me that they've had incredible results with children with autism using stem cell therapy.
	And now, so here we have a government that's giving immunity from prosecution to corporations that are making products that every year pay out a hundred, almost 200 million in damages and death.
	And the government's protecting these companies, not holding them accountable by not being able to sue them for these faulty products.

	We're talking to Laurie Gregory, journalist, who is here with Dr. Kristen Camilla, talking about this lawsuit that has now had its first decision.
	A federal judge has sided with the FDA Who, even if they believe that they have constitutional authority to exist, this is an organization that was set up to regulate food, drugs, and cosmetics, and yet what they're now regulating is your own cells.
	Your cells.
	My cells, my choice.
	Was what Laurie Gregory put together a website for Dr. Camilla to explain to people what is really going on here.
	And you need to understand how egregious this is, as Laurie Gregory said in the last segment.
	They've never intervened in situations like in vitro fertilization, where you remove the egg, you do fertilization inside the glass in vitro, then you go back and you implant those fertilized eggs back in the body.
	That's far more evasive.
	Then this particular procedure, which involves extracting just a little, it's not a full liposuction, it's just like a little hypodermic needle of fat.
	Most of us have way more of that than we need.
	Extracting stem cells and then concentrating that, putting it back in.
	Lori, tell us what this new proposed regulation, this new court order does, because you've got a lot of different ways that you can get stem cells.
	You can get them from the fat, you can get them from bone marrow, you can get them from a lot of different sources.
	You can get it from umbilical cords.
	In the past, they've taken stem cells from aborted babies.
	They found that wasn't effective, surprisingly enough.
	But your own stem cells are very effective, and there's a lot of different places you can get it.
	Have they shut down all stem cell research, or what did they shut down?
	Well, you know, most research is funded by, like, the NIH.
	It goes through universities, and they're seeking to create a product that they can then patent.
	When you're talking about using your own stem cells from fat, which tend to be far more accessible than bone marrow.
	Bone marrow is very hard to get.
	You have risk of infection.
	Stem cells in your bone marrow are more susceptible to contamination and can be less effective through age.
	Really, we should have Dr. Camilla come back on when she's I'm ready to go public right now.
	She's not in a position where she's ready to do that, but I'm not a scientist.
	She is the scientist and she's explained to me that our fat tissue, this should be great news, that our fat tissue harbors these incredibly effective healing cells that are custom designed for our own tissue and that we have 500 times more in our fat than in our bone marrow.
	So you have much easier access to a more plentiful source.
	So that's what they're kind of focusing on right now.
	They're saying not through fat, but through bone marrow, because maybe because bone marrow is more expensive, it's more involved, and maybe it's something that they can patent or whatever.
	Is that the approach that they're taking?
	Well, bone marrow has been in practice since the 30s.
	So it's my understanding that that's sort of going to be grandfathered in, you know, of course, because it's harder to get.
	You know, and it's not as good.
	So, the good stuff that's easy to retrieve, which Dr. Camilla has published, you know, a dozen plus peer-reviewed scientific papers on multiple case studies.
	You know, sadly, we're going to need a champion, David.
	We're going to need somebody like Kim Kardashian West, who's been very public about suffering from psoriasis.
	Well, Dr. Camilla had a psoriasis patient that was covered head to toe who said to her, if I can't get help from this, I'm going to commit suicide because I've tried everything and I'm miserable.
	And less than 30 days later, after one dose of his stem cells, his own and his own body, he is 99.9% cleared of that psoriasis and is free to go on and live a healthy life.
	Kim Kardashian West needs to know about this.
	Sadly, American culture is affected by celebrity.
	And until these regulatory agencies are shut down by somebody with that kind of influence, they're going to continue to overreach.
	So they sued Dr. Camilla and US Stem Cell Clinic.
	They said, you are making drugs by taking people's stem cells and then growing them out so that you can get 20 to 25 doses with one harvest.
	And as a result, even though they had absolutely no case, you know, they didn't even depose Dr. Camilla.
	This is highly unusual in government cases.
	They didn't even take her deposition.
	It's like they were afraid of what she had to say.
	They claimed there was no data.
	12 plus peer-reviewed scientific papers that I just told you about.
	They didn't look at the information that's in front of them because it really appears that this was a kangaroo court decision.
	When you have the number two person at the FDA, a former director at Novartis, who is now passing Novartis products through the FDA to the tune of $2.1 million a dose last week, And $500,000 a dose last year.
	Clearly, what's going on, people?
	I mean, is there no severe conflict of interest here?
	The most expensive drug they've ever approved, $2.1 million per dose.
	And these are the people who are saying you can't use your own cells from your own body, even though it's very effective.
	You're talking about the lady with psoriasis.
	My wife called because we've got a couple of family members who have used stem cell treatments.
	It's been very effective for them.
	And she called the clinic to find out what was going on with this stuff.
	And the woman said, yeah, I just, they would show people the video that we did with you and Dr. Camilla talking about how the FDA was trying to shut this down.
	She said this mother, when she had a, her daughter was a cheerleader in high school, she just woke up one morning and she couldn't move.
	Paralyzed.
	They cried all these different things.
	They started with stem cell and she was able to get up and move around and she was recovering rapidly.
	My wife said that they told her when they showed her that video how the FDA was trying to shut this down the mother just began to cry.
	It's horrid!
	I mean this is exactly what's happening.
	They are precluding us from using our own healing cells to heal our tissue and It is absolutely unconscionable.
	I cannot believe that I am an American citizen and I'm watching this happen.
	Well, I can believe it because look at what they've done to medical marijuana and CBD.
	And now, even though you've got places like California where they've legalized recreational medical marijuana, they're still coming after CBD.
	And the FDA is saying, well, we've never really looked at CBD, but now that they've taken the step in Kentucky and other places, and Alabama, to allow people to grow hemp, Now we've got to take a look at it because now they're worried that it's going to affect their bottom line profits.
	Well, now they're worried because they see it's a $22 billion industry.
	That is what they're worried about.
	And this is exactly what happens.
	You know, we have to have some kind of accountability at the federal level.
	These regulatory agencies are being, they have agency capture syndrome.
	They are, they're, they're violating antitrust, these corporations, because they're using the agencies to squash competition.
	And that's exactly what has happened with the FDA in this case against Dr. Camilla and US Stem Cell Clinic.
	It is absolutely, I'm still speechless.
	I'm waking up now two days in a row and thinking, I can't believe this has happened.
	And you're talking about a therapy, David, that, you know, your wife and your family members have educated themselves because they had a need.
	They had a need and they educated themselves.
	And this is what's happened at US Stem Cell Clinic.
	Patients present that are extremely educated, they're extremely smart, they've done their research, and they have sought out treatment based on being underserved by opioids, underserved, you know, by wheelchairs, underserved by being on oxygen takes the rest of their lives.
	When you can, you know, do this kind of work and see these kinds of results and, you know, the FDA shuts you down, what does that tell you?
	Well, it tells me that we're not going to get the federal government or federal judges or the FDA bureaucracy that is owned by these big pharmaceutical companies.
	They're not going to have any respect for our freedom or for our bodies or for our health.
	And we're going to need to have some people.
	You know, we've got the Sanctuary City movement, but we've also got sheriffs who say, look, we're going to have a sanctuary city for gun control or, you know, against gun control regulation.
	We need to have some state legislators and some state governments who are going to stand up and say, not in our state.
	We're going to have a sanctuary for health care here in our state and we're going to ignore these unconstitutional rules from the federal government.
	Looking at it from a legal standpoint.
	But I want to talk to you about the medical issues here because, you know, as you pointed out, we're talking about that in the last segment.
	Yeah, we've got 110 million dollars handed out by the vaccine court for people who are injured or killed, the families of people who are killed, in just the first quarter of this year alone.
	So we're talking about about a half a billion dollars a year.
	They don't have a problem with that.
	They never talk about vaccines as being anything but 100% safe.
	As a matter of fact, Health and Human Services were tasked 32 years ago when they gave that immunity to the big pharmaceutical companies, they were tasked with collecting data as to how safe and effective this stuff was and making recommendations.
	They didn't even bother to collect the data!

	Yeah, it's one thing after the other.
	Senator Rand Paul has, for every year for the last several years, going back to at least 2017, he's got one for the year 2019, he's introduced the REINS Act.
	R-E-I-N-S, as in reining in these out-of-control bureaucracies.
	That's what we're talking about here.
	But we're also talking about your health and your health freedom.
	You know, folks, you've got to have life before you can really have liberty, and you should have the liberty to protect your life, to make your own health decisions.
	Fight about abortion.
	We have these people, we got one side that's pro-life, got another side that says, well, I'm pro-choice.
	Well, you know what?
	Stopping what the FDA is doing in terms of taking very safe, natural, effective products away from you, like CBD or like stem cells, that affects both your life and your liberty.
	Your life and your choice.
	Why can't we get both the left and the right to To stand for this.
	You know, the REINS Act that Rand Paul has is basically what it would do is have Congress would have to approve any new regulations because right now the bureaucracies like the FDA are out there saying, well, we're going to regulate this now.
	We've never regulated this before.
	You know, we had Nancy Pelosi say, well, we've got to pass Obamacare to find out what's in it.
	Why'd she say that?
	She wasn't being stupid, she was being honest for the first time in her life.
	She was saying, we're going to create this massive bureaucracy.
	They will write the rules, because that's what bureaucracies do.
	They write the rules for you.
	This is legislation without representation.
	That's why Rand Paul has got the REINS Act, because these regulatory agencies are writing their own rules and then enforcing those rules.
	So you've got the FDA that was created to regulate food, drugs, and cosmetics.
	Forget about the fact they don't have any constitutional authority to do that at the federal level.
	They were created to do those three things.
	Now they have decided that they're going to go in and start to tell you what you can and cannot do with the stem cells in your body.
	Extracted, put back in.
	Just like an in vitro fertilization situation, except far, far less invasive.
	And we're supposed to pretend they've got this authority, that they can write these things.
	And so the REINS Act is regulations from the executive branch, because that's where the bureaucracy is, regulations from the executive branch in need of scrutiny.
	In other words, we've got to have Congress Authorize these regulations.
	We can't have these runaway bureaucracies that are doing whatever they want.
	And that's precisely what is happening here.
	As we look at this statement from the FDA, they said, we will not tolerate those in this field who try to skirt the law.
	What law?
	It's not a law.
	It was a regulation.
	Laws are passed by the Congress.
	This is a new regulation in a new area that they've never regulated before, that they don't even have any authority to regulate.
	And they're saying, we're not going to tolerate this.
	This is Trump's FDA, folks.
	You better get involved here.
	Don't give this a pass just because it's happening under President Trump and think that he knows everything that is happening in these regulatory agencies.
	He doesn't.
	Nobody can follow how much stuff is happening in the federal bureaucracy.
	It's gotten too large.
	And he might agree with this, who knows?
	You're going to have to speak out and say, you're not going to do this.
	My life and my liberty...
	are more important.
	We create governments to protect those, and when they become destructive of those means, you better get involved to alter or abolish that government agency that does this type of thing.
	Let's get back to Lori Gregory, and again, you can find her momstreetjournal.com, also on Twitter, at MaStreetJournal, and Lori Gregory has been working with Dr. Kristen Camilla Who has been patient zero in this effort to take away another aspect of your health freedom.
	Let's talk a little bit.
	We talked about the efficacy of this treatment.
	How many patients has Dr. Camilla treated, for example?
	A rough estimate.
	So, Dr. Camilla doesn't treat anybody, David.
	She's actually the scientist behind the technology and the studies.
	She's trained doctors on how to do the procedure.
	And through her network and through the three clinics that US Stem Cell Clinic is a part of, their three clinics in Florida, there have been 12,000 plus patients that have come through that network.
	That's far bigger than a typical study that they would do for an FDA approved drug.
	Well, you know, what's interesting is the FDA approves drugs all the time who have side effect of death.
	And more people have died from aspirin this morning since we've been having this conversation than have ever died Nobody's died from using their own stem cells.
	The worst that could happen is your body would slough them off and they wouldn't do what you want them to do.
	But when you're talking about cells that are custom designed to repair tissue in your body, what better chance do you have of an effective outcome than that?
	So the handful of adverse events that have occurred in that 12,000 plus patient cases have been, you know, minor in the scope of things when you consider that death is a possible outcome.
	So we had a handful of adverse events with some eye cases where patients had macular degeneration.
	This is a condition for which there is no cure.
	Patients are already going blind.
	They have nothing to lose but to try to use their own stem cells to heal.
	And in three or four of these instances, the blindness was accelerated and it didn't work.
	At that point in time, the eye cases were no longer treated at US Stem Cell.
	They decided even though some people did get better results, it wasn't worth the risk.
	So, you know, when you look at all the paradigms that this procedure threatens, you're talking about autoimmune, degenerative, orthopedic, neurological, you know, that's medical device, that's opioid, that's pharmaceutical.
	There are so many different paradigms in the existent, you know, medical mafia that we see at work here that are threatened by the fact that the patient could walk into the clinic with the product already in their own body.
	This is not something that can be patented, although this is exactly why FDA is making this ruling.
	They're suing and have won against Dr. Camilla to stop them from doing adipose derived stem cell treatments so that they can take our cells, manipulate them, put them in a product like CART-T by Novartis, which was fast-tracked while Michael Cohen was getting $100,000 a month from Novartis for influencing healthcare policy.
	So now that's $500,000 a dose.
	So they wanna modify them, convince them that in their natural form, they're just no good and they're dangerous.
	So we're gonna do all these tricks to the genetic modification and then sell them back to you for a half million dollars a dose.
	Yeah, it kinda reminds me of what they did with Marinol, which was going to be a pharmaceutical distillation of what they thought was in medical marijuana that kept people from having uncontrolled nausea once they had chemotherapy and things like that.
	But most people, it didn't work.
	And I just talked about the example of Peter McWilliams, who the judge refused to let him have access to that.
	He choked to death on his own vomit because the judge wouldn't let him have marijuana.
	No, you can have Marinol, you know, when you take their chemotherapy for cancer or for AIDS, which is what Peter McWilliams was taking it for.
	Well, you know, if you have side effects, then we've got another product that we'll sell you.
	But we're not going to let you take this natural product over here that's safe and effective.
	And so that's exactly what we're looking at here with this.
	And the other thing that people need to understand, when we talk about the FDA and FDA regulations, my wife, after having hip replacement, they gave her gabapentin.
	She had, you know, you go down the list of all the two dozen different side effects over there, she had about six of those.
	Very serious.
	Vision blurring, double vision, she couldn't focus.
	Passed out at one point in time, and that was just within five days.
	Now people look at this stuff and say, well if it's an FDA approved drug, I'm sure that it is completely safe.
	People have this idea, it's like a binary switch.
	If the FDA says it's okay, then it's 100% safe.
	If the FDA says it's not okay, it's 100% dangerous.
	There's different risk levels, and what you're talking about here There are a couple of cases that they have cherry-picked out that are not anywhere near as serious as what we typically see in terms of pharmaceutical drugs.
	Nowhere near the number in terms of adverse effects cases that we've seen with pharmaceutical drugs and they're trying to use that.
	It's amazing to me to see how in bed the mainstream media is with big government with big pharmaceuticals.
	Absolutely and sadly in these cases of adverse events with the eye cases You know, these weren't patients that were seeking financial restitution.
	What happens is an attorney goes into the database where you have to report whenever there's any kind of adverse event in a medical procedure, then you have to report this in a database.
	And you have ambulance-chasing lawyers that go into that database, find a pattern of maybe two or three cases, and then go to those patients and knock on their doors and say, oh, I want to make a couple hundred thousand dollars.
	You know, insurance companies will settle on this because they don't want to go to trial.
	Except there's no database like that for vaccine injury.
	You know, even though the HHS, Health and Human Services, was tasked to do that, they never did it for 32 years!
	They had a lawsuit from RFK Jr.
	and they refused to give any information.
	Finally, they said, we never kept any information at all.
	It doesn't exist.
	The data doesn't exist.
	That's why.
	And so, vaccines are safe and effective, safe and effective.
	We've been brainwashed with that mantra, even though they've never been tested.
	And here we have 12,000 plus patients that, you know, many of whom are getting out of wheelchairs, they're getting out of opioids, opioid crisis, hello?
	Yeah, exactly, exactly.
