Today is the 30th anniversary of Tiananmen Square.
We're going to talk about that.
Kind of choked up already reading the accounts of what happened there.
So we're going to talk about that because we're not that far away here in this country as well.
We're going to talk about the tyranny that is facing us.
We've got social media.
Twitter took down over 700 accounts in the lead up to the 30th anniversary of Tiananmen Square.
The same people They took down Alex Jones and Infowars.
They're taking down discussions of Tiananmen Square.
And the Chinese Communist government is saying, well, it worked.
It worked!
We stopped it.
We stopped any change of our government.
We stopped any reform of our government.
We kept social order.
And that's all that matters to them.
That's all that matters to our military-industrial complex, to our Pentagon.
To our intelligence agencies, to our police state, and our surveillance state.
They talked about this openly in November of 2017, the testimony before the Senate.
Has everybody left after the big tech people were there?
Some people are watching this.
The socialist workers are watching it.
They've talked about it.
The Pentagon is saying, well, you know, we've got this discussion and for social order, we don't want to have any division in the United States.
We need to maintain social order.
That was the number one agenda on Bilderberg this year.
So they said, how do we do that?
We silence the discussion, the canons, they referred to them, the canons on social media.
Well, of course, You know, we had the British government came after the cannons that conquered in Lexington.
We had Santa Ana come after the cannons at Goliad.
And now they have come for the cannons on social media.
Well, come and take it.
We're going to fight back about this.
We're not going to be silent about this.
And of course, it was sad to see yesterday medical tyranny here in the United States.
Not just the tyranny against our free speech, but tyranny against our health choices.
And we had, I guess it was about a month ago, I talked to Dr. Kristen Camilla.
Lori Gregory was here with her.
We're talking about a case where they were fighting the U.S.
government trying to stop stem cell treatment here in the United States.
Why would they do that?
It's proven very effective.
You have rates of restoration.
We're not talking about masking symptoms.
We're talking about the body being able to heal itself.

Ah, but that's the problem.
If it's your stem cells, you don't have to buy it from Merck or some big pharmaceutical company that funds Fox and CNN and MSNBC and the rest of the media.
That's why they're silent on this.
And so we had the FDA come out and CNN's headline, FDA wins!
Yeah, the FDA won.
Big pharmaceutical won.
You lost.
You lost.
They've shut down.
Another very safe, very effective, far, far cheaper.
Several orders of magnitude cheaper than the chronic treatments that Goldman Sachs talked about.
I read that article to you from April of 2018, a year ago.
Goldman Sachs said, well, I don't think that curing disease is really a sustainable business model.
We want to have chronic disease treatments.
We want to keep that disease going.
You know, like the cancer treatment.
We'll just keep treating you until you run out of insurance or die.
We don't want to have any cures out there.
That's not a sustainable business model.
Said Goldman Sachs.
And it was just quietly reported by CNBC.
They said, oh, this is kind of interesting.
Yes, this is true.
This is true.
We need to watch these as investors and make sure that we maximize our investment.
Well, you know what?
You people are going to die too.
Well, maybe not.
Maybe they will find some way that they can reuse the dead babies that they kill.
Or get the blood from the children and get their eternal life through mind transference.

I'm David Knight, your host today.
The topic is tyranny.
We're going to be talking, first of all, we've got a little bit of news here we're going to begin the program with, and then we're going to talk about the 30th anniversary of Tiananmen Square, What the Chinese communists are doing to make sure that nobody in their country knows about it.
What Twitter is doing to make sure that Chinese dissidents don't get to talk about it.
And what the mainstream media is doing in not talking about it here in the United States.
You know, as I was looking at the news, I thought, well, let's see, it'd be kind of interesting to see what CNN, or Fox, or The Wall Street Journal, or The New York Times, The Washington Post, or any of these people, NPR, any of them.
No!
Nothing!
Nothing at all!
30 years, quiet, silence.
As a matter of fact, The Washington Post, owned by Jeff Bezos, nothing about Tiananmen Square at all.
Not on the homepage, and not even if you go to the world section.
In the world section, oh yes, they talk about China, and they talk about how President Trump is the villain, because he's pushing back against the trade imbalance that has made these communist dictators filthy, filthy rich, just like the people in Silicon Valley.
These people who are profiting off of their tyranny in Silicon Valley and in China, We're going to have Robert Barnes joining us in the program.
We're going to talk about the antitrust moves that have been taken.
We now have the Democrats wanting to get in on this.
It's a very popular idea, right?
We've got to stop these people who are taking over our society.
And so you got the House Democrats are starting with their own action, just as after the Trump White House began with their own action.
Quite frankly, I'm very cynical about all this.
What I see, an election, as HL Mencken said, is an advanced auction of stolen goods.
And I think what we're seeing right now is an advanced auction of protection money.
I can just imagine all these people, a Republican-Democrat establishment, they've never had any problem with this, that help these people to get power, that are allied with the military-industrial complex, that help these people to consolidate their monopoly.
I can just imagine them calling these people in behind closed doors, you know, the same kind of meeting that they had when they said, wait a minute, in congressional hearings, talking to these tech executives.

What are you going to do about that, Congressman Kim?
We'll talk about that quietly later, privately.
And so I imagine privately what they're saying is, you know, you could get your legs broken here in this corporation if you don't have somebody to protect you.
I think you need an insurance policy here.
And I need some money for my campaign.
I think that's what we're seeing right now.
I don't expect anything serious is going to come out of this, I'm afraid.
I think what we're seeing here is an advanced move to build up the coffers of politicians who are going to be running for office.
And while, at the same time, they can virtue signal to the public.
Say, look at this!
We're going to do something about this.
They're not going to do anything about it.
They're not going to do anything about the big tech companies that they put in power anymore.
They're not going to do anything about the big bureaucracies that they put in power.
They come out and they parade around like knights on a white horse every once in a while to talk about the abuses of the institutions that they empower.
So that they can empower themselves with both sides.
And then we're also going to be talking to Dr. Richard Proctor.
He is an expert on the Constitution.
As a matter of fact, he's written a couple of books on it.
I've got right here on my desk, Saving the Constitution and The Constitution If You Can Keep It.
So we're going to talk about, what is the Constitution?
And we're not going to talk about, it's not going to be a complaint section about, oh look at this, it would be nice if they would do this, but they're not doing this.
No, we're going to talk about how we restore it.
And we're going to talk about how the founders ignored the Constitution from the very beginning.
Yeah, that's right.
From the very beginning.
The Anti-Federalists were right.
Immediately.
Immediately.
They began ignoring key provisions.
Provisions that would take power away from the people who had just been elected.
And so, we're going to talk about what we do.
State banks, things like that.
We've had a move, interestingly enough, by California.
They did something right for a change.
I talked about this last week.
The fact that we've had the banking system used against gun retailers, gun manufacturers.
No, California is not going to try to defend them.
The banking system used against independent media.
No, no, no, no.
California is not going to defend them.
But the banking system is being used against legal medical marijuana or recreational marijuana providers in the state of California.
California is going to protect that.
Whatever!
If we understand the principle, if we understand how to nullify these federal actions and the control techniques that they use, like the banks and so forth, that is very, very important.
And what they're talking about doing is setting up a state bank in California.
So we'll be talking to him about some of the things that can be done to take back our Constitution.
Coming up also, he'll be in the third hour.
And then the other theme of tyranny today, of course we'll have more on this tomorrow, we're going to have Laurie Gregory joining us tomorrow too.
Give us an exclusive breakdown on what has happened.
If you remember about a month ago, I talked to Lori Gregory, Dr. Kristen Camilla.
She is a pioneer in stem cell research.
They've had very, very high success rates taking stem cells out of your fat and then removing those stem cells out of your own fat.

So effective, as a matter of fact, that the federal government and the big pharmaceutical companies have come together to stop it.
Because it's curing people.
Big success rates.
And far, far cheaper than the big pharmaceutical drugs.
As a matter of fact, that story About a week ago, of the most expensive drug ever done, 2.1 million dollars.
And it was a very, this is the new business model, by the way, for the big pharmaceutical companies.
They have a very, very rare, very horrific disease that either destroys the life or takes the life of the individual.
In this particular case, it was young children.
But very, very few cases of it.
So they say, well we don't have a large enough population that we can really do the kinds of safety and efficacy tests that you would require for the FDA.
But we think this is going to be very effective because we think so.
And the FDA says, go ahead, that's fine.
2.1 million dollars.
No problem.
But you've got a situation like this with stem cells.
And the federal government, the FDA, has never pretended to regulate Things like surgical procedures, implant devices, as a matter of fact, you look at things like hip replacements and so forth.
We went through a period of time where a lot of people were seriously damaged when they went to medical devices that were made out of cobalt, had cobalt metal in them.
The idea being that the hip joints would not replay, would not wear down And have to be replaced as quickly if they use cobalt.
Well, the problem is that there's always going to be a little bit of wear.
And when they got microscopic amounts of cobalt into people's bodies, released by the friction of these rubbing joints, people started having horrific problems.
Well, there was no testing of the medical devices.
There's never any testing or pre-authorization from the FDA for surgical procedures or for medical devices.
There's no requirement that the FDA have to sign off on any biologics.
It's only on pharmaceuticals.
And they're waiving those now for people who have extremely rare diseases, and that seems to be the model for them.
They can take a very small population, say we can't do the studies, but we've got a drug, and because we spent all this money developing this drug and the population is so small, we can charge two million dollars for it.
And then, of course, there's vaccines.
All in a category by themselves.
1986, they said, we're not going to let anybody come after the vaccine companies because they are damaged by the vaccines, because of any adverse effects.
Going to shut that down.
So they not only don't have to get any approval by vaccines, but you can't sue them.
And, of course, then when they come in the stem cells, well, we're not really sure.
I think we need to stop that, even though they've had massive Massive evidence.
This has been done for many years now.
Probably about 10 years they've been doing it.
And they've seen success rates 80-90% over a wide range of disease.
That has to be shut down.
That's tyranny.

We're going to talk about Tiananmen Square.
First, I want to talk about the updates and news about what's happening in the UK with President Trump.
But I just want to say one more thing.
We'll talk a little bit more about the stem cell case later in the broadcast.
And of course, we will have Laurie Gregory joining us tomorrow to give us more details from their perspective.
But here's the perspective of the government put out there by CNN.
FDA wins major victory and campaign against stem cell clinic.
Major victory.
Now, notice that they didn't say that Trump won a major victory.
If this had been the Obama administration, it would have been, Obama wins a major victory in protecting the American public!
The FDA said in a statement, this case is an important victory in the FDA's work to protect the public health.
Well, I don't think so.
What this really is about is the FDA extending its authority into an area that is never regulated before.
Again, they've never regulated biologics, they've never regulated surgical procedures, they've never regulated device implants, and of course they never regulate vaccines either.
This is a new extension for them.
Just think about this as if the FDA was jumping into a whole new category of items that you use to defend yourself or something.
An area that they'd never gotten in before.
Oh, you know, kind of like maybe bump stocks.
Yeah.
And so when we look at this, this is not a victory for the American people.
CNN is always, always touting big government against the American people.
That's why they always come out on this.
And if you think that this is just about one particular stem cell clinic, think again.
We have a report here.
A top Iranian stem cell scientist has been held in the United States without trial for the past seven months.
He's been in jail behind bars in Atlanta for the last seven months without bail.
Oh well, it's just because he's an Iranian, right?
Or maybe it's because it's about stem cell research.
He is a professor, a biomedical researcher from a university in Tehran.
He was arrested by the FBI when he arrived in the US.
Oh, because, you know, they've got that dangerous stem cell technology that's going to threaten the United States.
Let me tell you something.
The United States government is here not to protect you from Iranian nuclear missiles.
Or Iranian bombs, nuclear bombs.
They're here to protect big business.
And they don't care if big business exploits you, spies on you, enslaves you, kills you.
He was invited by the Mayo Clinic because he's a leading researcher.
But he was secretly indicted by the FBI.
They let him come here.
They arrested him.
He's being held without bail.
Seven months in jail.
You don't hear anything about that, do you?
Very, very dangerous idea.
I mean, this could be more dangerous to them, quite frankly, than an Iranian nuclear bomb.
Dangerous to the people who fund them.
We'll talk more about that later.
Let's do this deal, President Trump tells Theresa May, and of course he's meeting with her today in the UK.
She, by the way, Is a dead PM talking.
I guess immediately after the meetings with President Trump are done, she'll be vacating Number 10 Downing Street.
But during a breakfast meeting at St.
James Palace earlier today, Mr. Trump said he believed there was scope for further expansion of trade between the US and the UK.
I think we have a very, very substantial trade deal we can do, he told Mrs. May.
Now, do you see the American press Excited about this?
Is Wall Street excited about this?
Are the banks excited about this?
Mainstream media excited about this?
No, they're silent about the prospects for increased trade between the US and Britain.
Why?
Because it's not the kind of trade that they want.
They don't want bilateral trade negotiations.
They want centralized control of economies through centralized control of trade.
And all the people who've been screaming bloody murder about President Trump and his so-called trade war with China, now it's the Chinese trade war, are completely silent about this.
Especially the people in the UK who've been predicting economic gloom if the UK were to leave the European Union.
Piers Morgan took on Sadiq Khan and he was absolutely right about it.
He said the real big baby, because they got the inflated baby, Balloon that they have with President Trump.
He said the real big baby in London this week is Mayor Khan.
A petty little pipsqueak who would rather shamefully mock and humiliate the President of Britain's greatest ally than honor the D-Day heroes of both of our nations because this week is the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings.
And of course the perspective on this really is that Sadiq Khan Brings a foreigner's perspective to D-Day, just like Ilhan Omar said, well, I bring a foreigner's perspective to Congress.
Yeah, both of them bring a foreigner's perspective.
He doesn't care about D-Day.
It's not his country, not his culture.
And as I point out in this article, there were at least 10,000 Allied casualties on D-Day, 4,400 confirmed dead, Massive amount of death and destruction.
We're going to talk about, when I get finished with the news here, we're going to talk about Tiananmen Square.
Tiananmen Square, 10,000 people, not casualties, not wounded and dead, 10,000 people dead.
Individuals standing for freedom, unarmed, and hoping that the military troops will do the right thing, crushed.
By tanks.
Crushed as they were trying to get out of the square.

But they're actually pushing for people to start voting by phone.

And yet the LA Times Is saying, well, here's this guy, Silicon Valley guy, he grew rich by helping Uber.
And he sees mobile voting as a potential cure for an ailing democracy.
Yeah, it would basically put it out of its misery.
Mobile phone voting is the way to euthanize voting once and for all.
It's not bad enough that we have electronic voting machines.
The phones will be even easier to hack.
And of course, they want to put them in in Denver and other places where they want to get rid of the electoral college.

Over a million people had gathered to protest for more freedom.
You know, 1989 was the year that the Berlin Wall came down.
And the American people wanted to be free as well.
I mean, the Chinese people.
Yeah, the American people wanted to be free, but it was really the spirit.
That we have seen at the Alamo, and yet, freedom didn't win in Tiananmen Square.

I didn't see it this morning, as we get to the 30th anniversary of that.
You won't see them talking about this, and if they do, they'll say, oh, hundreds of people We're eventually killed.

Actually, the official government reports that you can read in various places, the British government reports, the American government reports that they never put out because they didn't want to offend the Chinese, we have had to kowtow to them for the last 30 years, both with preferential trade benefits and so forth, hoping that we could woo them to freedom, we're told.
I don't think That that was the motivation of the Bushes, of the Clintons, of Obama.
I don't think they were trying to woo the Chinese leadership to win them to the cause of freedom.
I think there were partners with them.
Seriously, they've been covering this stuff up.
No, the official documents said it was 10,000 people.
I was just talking about D-Day.
Yeah, 10,000 casualties on D-Day.
4,400 people died.
10,000 people died.
I don't have any idea what the casualties were.
And of course there's that famous iconic image of Tank Man.
We don't know exactly who this guy is.
We don't know if he was one of the 10,000 killed.
And that 10,000 number, as big as it is, just remember there were a million people that had gathered in that area to protest.
You just cannot, if you haven't been to China, you cannot imagine The crowds of people that are there.

And it was bigger than New York City.
It had giant traffic jams and everywhere we went there was massive crowds everywhere.
You go into a Walmart And you could not believe the crowds inside the Wal-Mart.
You go to a Wal-Mart, we went to a Wal-Mart, came back to America.
It was like, what is this, a place going out of business or something?
How do they even stay in business?
When you see the kind of crowds that they have in China at the Wal-Marts.
And then we would go to Market Square.
And I remember one day, you could barely move.
I mean, the only time you see a crowd like this, the only other time I'd been in a crowd like that.
was a St.
Patrick's Day parade in New York City right at the heart of the crowd of the parade in New York City on St.
Patrick's Day had the kind of crowd that we saw everywhere in this Chinese market and as we were there in that marketplace we had an armored car pull up and I was looking at the armored car and it's you know crowd is parting the ways very slowly And inside that armored car, I could see the guards.
I said, look at that.
These guys are serious.
They've got shotguns in there.
And I told my family, I said, look at that.
And about the time we all turned around and looked at it, they opened up the doors and two guards got out with their shotguns and leveled them at the crowd.
I said, let's get out of here.
If there's anybody foolish enough to try to rob this armored car, they're going to just blow everybody in their range away.
They don't care.
They don't care.
And so, let's take a look at this BBC report, because the few places that are talking about Tiananmen Square, on the 30th anniversary of Tiananmen Square, are only British outlets.

The Sun talked about it.
You won't see this, as I said before.
NPR, Washington Post, New York Times, CNN, Fox, they're not talking about it.
Why do you think they are afraid to criticize the Chinese government here?

But let's take a look at this BBC report.
You had a reporter with a picture of Tank Man, that we've all seen here in the West, walking down the street asking people if they've ever seen this picture before.
Let's run that report.
Well, they look like foreign tanks, they said.
These are not China's tanks.
He says, you haven't seen this picture before?
He says, really?
He says, yes, I haven't seen it before.
The image that China forgot is the story of the BBC title of this.
And of course, as he's going around asking everybody, they all say, have you seen this image?
Oh, no, I've never seen that before.
Where'd that come from?
Do you think these people are going to go on camera in that authoritarian regime and admit that they know what this is about, even if they do?
Because some of these people are older.
So let's hold it right there.
That is the sign of a thoroughly controlled population that fears their government.
The government should fear the people.
And, of course, you think that's not going to happen here?

The big Silicon Valley controllers of the Internet jumped in on the side of the Chinese government.
I've had this story for a couple of days because it started over the weekend.
Twitter bans Chinese dissidents days before the 30th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre.
Not satisfied?
This is a Zero Hedge article.
There's many of them out about this.
Not satisfied with silencing Trump supporters, Twitter last week banned hundreds, by some reports, thousands of Chinese dissidents from the platform just three days before the 30th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre.
And they show a tweet out by an individual who's got about 9,200 followers.
He said, a large number of Chinese Twitter accounts are being suspended today.
They just happen to be accounts that are critical of China, both inside and outside of China.
It hit human rights lawyers, activists, college students, nationalists who use workarounds to get to Twitter.
Twitter is banned in China.
Just about every part of the raucous, small Chinese language Twitter world was affected.
Every part of the Chinese Twitter world was affected.
The accounts began rapidly disappearing just days before the 30th anniversary of the crackdown on a student-led pro-democracy demonstration at Tiananmen Square.
Many online assume the worst, a coordinated attack by Beijing to protect its suffocating internet censorship, the Great Firewall of China, outside of its own digital borders.
But of course, the Great Firewall of China is now being propped up by Twitter, by Google, by the people who are working for them.
The San Francisco-based, very liberal Twitter stripped a small minority of mostly powerless Chinese people of the ability to criticize their monolithic, human rights-violating government on the anniversary of that government murdering hundreds, if not thousands, of dissidents.
Yeah, tens of thousands.
Here's Kyle Bass who says, 700 of my friends were deleted by Twitter's Tiananmen Purge yesterday.
Twitter needs to make a public statement about why they are helping an oppressive regime silence their people.
So they did.
They came out and said, well, we inadvertently went after a small number of legitimate Chinese language accounts as part of a routine effort to stop spam and inauthentic behavior.
Now what they're saying is, is that because these people are having to go through virtual private networks, VPNs, That their algorithm interpreted this as being a fake account.
And so they were purged, inadvertently.
These accounts were not mass-reported by the Chinese authorities to this.
This is just routine action on our part.
And if you believe that, I've got a bridge I will sell you on Twitter.
Because why didn't they move after these people at any other time?
Why did this happen just before the 30th anniversary?
As one individual said, a message just received from a Chinese Twitter.
Yesterday my followers dropped by nearly 100.
One of them told me privately he'd been summoned by the police, forced to unfollow people and delete his account.
Well, it only dropped by 200.
I see Twitter dropping my followers some days by 200.
Yeah, don't tell me that this type of tyranny hasn't already started.
Don't tell me that Twitter and Google Are not partners ushering in the same type of tyranny we saw at Tiananmen Square.
The only thing that hasn't happened yet is the bloodshed.

We were just talking about the efforts by social media to censor any information about Tiananmen Square, as you can see from that BBC report.
The reporter walking down the street showing people pictures of the famous tank man who stood in front of the tanks and as the tank would lurch forward, he wouldn't move.
As the tank would try to turn to the right or to the left to get around him, he would step to the right or to the left We don't know what happened to him, but we do know that thousands, it's reported 10,000 people were killed.
I don't know how many people were injured out of the million people who were there in Tiananmen Square protesting that.
And so they don't want you to know anything about that.
They said on the 20th anniversary of Tiananmen Square, Chinese censors blocked access to Twitter.
That was back in 2009.
And so perhaps This latest purge and again you know we look at what happened first they moved against Infowars Alex Jones August 6 last year.
In two months they purged 800 different media accounts.
These same Silicon Valley censors that we have here in America.
We had as reports from this thousands of Chinese dissidents Who had gotten onto Twitter in violation of the Chinese government rules.
They were using the same kind of defiance to the social media tanks that you see this man using there in Tiananmen Square.
They got on anyway.
They got on with virtual private networks or other ways to do that.
And of course it just happened that Twitter decided that just a day or two before Tiananmen Square's anniversary they would take notice Of these people in China who had gotten on through the VPNs and they decided they would take them all down.
They still remain locked.
Most of them are still locked.
And as one person pointed out, oh, so this just happened before, just before the anniversary of Tiananmen Square?
Sounds like BS to me.

Marco Rubio tweeted out that That Twitter, the platform, had become a Chinese government censor.

He wanted to make sure that these censors would not be Chinese government censors, but that they would be U.S.

Instead she says, if Trump wins re-election, He'll put LGBTQ people in internment camps.

The Chinese communists are doing that now.
She's not even talking about the Muslims, you know.
Finally, many in the establishment press are taking notice because it's Muslims and you'll only hear BuzzFeed talking about Muslims in internment camps.
But of course, before them, it was Falun Gong.
And before Falun Gong, it was the Christians.
And it's still the Christians.
And it's still Falun Gong.
But they only pay attention when it's the Muslims.
Only the Muslims.
And there's no complaining about the Chinese internment camps that are going on right now.
And if President Trump was going to put LGBT in prison if he becomes president, why isn't he doing it now?

This is the insanity that we see from these people.
Now, I wasn't going to talk about this because I thought it was a, you know, we had the picture of President Trump when he went In an impromptu occasion, stopping at a church on Sunday and getting the pastor there to pray for him.
President Trump didn't speak, he didn't say anything, he just came in, the pastor prayed for him, he walked off.
But of course you saw the pictures because his hair was slicked back under the cap and so forth.
He wasn't, it looked to me like this was an impromptu stop.
Just something he did at the spur of the moment.
And that's what the pastor is saying now.
He is apologizing.
This is why I want to talk about this.
This pastor is apologizing to his congregation for praying for the president.
Think about that.
I want to ask you, what is the difference between America and China?
In America we have a president who wants to be prayed for.
In China, they have a president who prays on Christians.
He prays on them.
If the Chinese president was coming to your congregation, you wouldn't be apologizing to the congregation for praying for him.
He wouldn't be asking for prayer.
He would be coming there with tanks or with police.
They would be knocking your precious building down.
They'd be throwing you into jail or to an internment camp.
You would be tortured, put in hard labor, maybe killed.
You would be disappeared.
That's the difference between the U.S.
and China.
And quite frankly, I really fear for this country.
When we got a guy who was a former leader within the Southern Baptist Conference, let's see, his actual position there.
was for missions.
Yeah, he was the former president of the Southern Baptist Convention's International Mission Board.
Well, if you've got people there in your congregation that are concerned because you're praying for the United States President, you've got a mission field right there in your own congregation.
You better tell those people what the Bible says.
The first person you pray for, the first, before you pray for yourself, before you pray for your family, The pattern in the Bible is you pray for leaders.
Why?
Because you want to live a quiet and peaceful life.
You don't want to live under a system like Tiananmen Square.
And this pastor, that night, he had so much pushback from the people, because he's in the suburbs of Washington, that he had the audacity to pray for a president.
He has to grovel to these people and apologize for doing what God said to do.
This is what has happened to our country.
We have Christian pastors.
This is a big church.
That's why President Trump went to it.
He should have gone to a small church.
This is a big church.
And they're more afraid of Washington politics than they are of God.
Shame on them for that.
Now I'm going to play that prayer for you when we come back.

He didn't need to apologize for that prayer.
And if he's got people there that don't understand that, maybe he needs to defend that.
Maybe he needs to explain to them that the difference between America and China is the fact that we are under God.

It ain't a question of whose side is God on.
God asks you, are you on my side or not?

We have two different conflicting opinions about whether or not the pastor apologized.
We have Politico saying that the pastor apologized for Trump Uh, they changed the headlines of that after there was a pushback.
Pastor tells congregation why he prayed for Trump.
It sounds to me that he was kind of apologetic to it.
And again, yes, he's trying to, you know, be all thanks to all people, but I think the people need to understand That they're called to pray for their leaders so that we could live a quiet and peaceful life.
I'll play his prayer for you.
You can see what he had to say.
I thought it was a good prayer, frankly.
But he also said to them, sometimes, some within our church are hurt that I made this decision.
Sometimes we find ourselves in situations that we didn't see coming.
And we're faced with a decision in a moment that we don't have the liberty of deliberation.
So we do our best to glorify God.
So in other words, he's saying, I didn't know what was happening.
All of a sudden I get this call.
At the end of my sermon, I stepped up to the side and I thought it would be a couple of moments, quiet reflection.
Before we start to take the Lord's Supper, but I was immediately called backstage, told the President of the U.S.
was on his way to church and be there in a matter of minutes and would like us to pray for him.
So I just had to react in the moment.
I'm sorry.
Sounds to me like an apology.
I mean, he didn't say I'm sorry, but it sounds to me like an apology.
I didn't plan this.
I didn't invite him.
He just showed up and I'm trying to make the best of it.
But actually he does pray for the President.
And he actually, you listen to this prayer.
He prays for others, not just the President, other leaders.
It was a biblical prayer.
And if he's got people in his congregation that are offended by that, he needs to step up to the plate and confront that ignorance.
Here's the prayer.
Let's play that.
So, I want to ask us to bow our heads together now and pray for our President.
Oh God, we praise you as the one universal King over all.
You are our leader and our Lord and we worship you.
There is one God and one Savior and it's you and your name is Jesus and we exalt you, Jesus.
And we know we need your mercy.
We need your grace.
We need your help.
We need your wisdom in our country.
And so we stand right now on behalf of our president and we pray for your grace and your mercy and your wisdom upon him.
God, we pray that he would know how much you love him So much that you sent Jesus to die for His sins, our sins.
So we pray that He would look to you That he would trust in you, that he would lean on you, that he would govern and make decisions in ways that are good for justice, and good for righteousness, and good for equity, every good path.
Lord, we pray, we pray that you would give him all the grace he needs to govern in ways that we just saw in 1st Sympathy Chapter 2 that lead to peaceful and quiet lives, godly and dignified in every way.
God, we pray for your blessing in that way upon his family.
We pray that you give them strength We can't pray that you would give them clarity, wisdom, wisdom.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
Alright, we're running out of time, but I can tell you that he prays for the other side, and this is the pastor praying for Trump as a man.
As a man.
And as a leader.
Those are two separate things.
Both of those are important to pray for.
One individual said, Pastor, I can't stand Trump, but by your example yesterday, it was convicting and inspiring.
And so I repent for my thoughts and words toward the present, recognize God loves Trump as much as he loves me.
That's what his congregation needs to come around to universally.
That's the tact that he needs to take.
Unapologetic!
No apologies needed.
We need God.
We don't need people who think they're God, like President Xi.

I just played for you most of what the pastor there at that church said.
I saw the article.
I didn't watch the prayer.
I didn't see the article initially about the apology, whether or not it was an apology, but the idea that many people in this congregation had a problem with it.
A lot of people didn't.
A lot of people liked the last comment that I read.
He said, I can't stand Trump, but I'm glad that you did what you did.
That you prayed for him as a man and as a leader.
Because that's what we're called to do.
But I also, as I looked at that, I was struck by President Trump himself.
Very different than I've ever seen him before, quite frankly.
It's not just a hairstyle.
We all look on the outside, don't we?
And you saw the Drudge Report.
Is this a new hairstyle?
Is he trying a new hairstyle before he goes to London?
No, he didn't.
He went back to the old hairstyle in London.
But this is a very different, this was not a planned, scripted appearance.
When I look at this, and I look at President Trump having his hair slicked back like that, only time you've ever seen him like that.
I looked at that and I thought, you know, it seems to me like this was something that was totally impromptu, even on the President's side.
Yeah, the pastor didn't know anything about it, that's part of what he was saying to these people, which sounded like an apology.
To Politico and other people.
I didn't plan this.
I didn't ask him.
It just happened.
They said he's on his way.
He was playing golf and then he shows up, not looking like he typically does.
He didn't say anything.
This guy did not give Trump a platform.
Trump just stood there quietly, accepted the prayer, waved to the people.
And, you know, some of them were clapping, not all of them were clapping.
It wasn't, I don't know how big the congregation was, but there wasn't a lot of applause.
But he clapped back, you know, to them, and left, just quietly left.
I've never seen Trump like that before.
And I was pretty amazed, especially when we think about it, as I was preparing today, looking at the accounts of Tiananmen Square.
Can you imagine, as I said earlier in the program, The President of China coming to your church?
He would be coming with the military to destroy the building, to imprison you, to possibly kill you.
That's the difference between our countries.
And we don't want to lose that here.
So let's take a look at what happened in Beijing and what's going on in Beijing.
The Guardian, and again, as I pointed out, CNN, Fox, Politico, Hill, Washington Post, NPR, silence!
Nothing about Tiananmen Square.
They do not want to offend the Chinese Communists.
You know, Fox has got movies they want to sell.
Well, they're not in the movie business anymore, they divested that.
But nevertheless, they do not want to offend these people.
Certainly not the Washington Post, Jeff Bezos.
They don't have anything about the 30th anniversary of Tiananmen Square on their homepage, nothing at their world page, as I said before.
They've got discussions about Trump versus Sadiq Khan.
When you see China, it's, oh, look at this.
Trump is trying to punish them.
Bad Trump.
Bad trade war, Trump.
Oh, well, we don't like that.
No, they want to... Bezos wants to do business with China.
He's not going to criticize them.
Twitter wants to do business in China.
I'm sure they're impressed, Jack.
You did a great job taking off hundreds of people.

It's like, well, I see that all the time.
I see more than that on a regular basis.
They'll let the numbers accumulate, followers, and all of a sudden they'll come in, over a couple of days, they'll wipe out 100 one day, 200 the next day, on my account.
I know it's being managed.

But let's take a look at what's going on right now in Beijing.
As The Guardian points out, Beijing falls silent as tight security surrounds Tiananmen Square anniversary.
The government has worked to suppress discussion of one of the darkest chapters in its history.
When Beijing deployed tanks and troops to put down a countrywide movement calling for democratic reforms.
The same thing that the U.S.
social media and the U.S.
mainstream media are doing now, right?
They're putting down a countrywide movement calling for reform.
That's what social media and mainstream media are being used for right now.
So yesterday, or rather today I should say, security forces were deployed throughout Tiananmen Square.
Which happened 30 years ago.
Began on the evening of the 3rd of June to the morning of the 4th of June.
Hundreds if not thousands of people were killed.
U.S.
and British government documents say more than 10,000.
Crowds of tourists today were waiting to pass through security to have their ID cards scanned, their bags checked.
I'm sure their faces scanned.
And of course, that aspect is coming to America as well, isn't it?
We've got the TSA.
Doing facial scanning.
We've got cities doing facial scanning.
We've got schools in New York, the first school in New York, in Lockport.
They took a one and a half million dollar grant that they got for smart schools.
Smart schools, just like smart cities, are for dumb slaves.
And you don't understand what is going on if you're putting your kids in these schools anymore.
They are training camps For a prison society that they're building just like they have in China right now.
And what they're doing, having these tourists vetted and ID'd and everything before they can get in Tiananmen Square right now, that's exactly what they're already doing in many respects here in the United States.
You're going to have to start, as tourists coming in, you're going to have to start turning over your social media to the U.S.
government before you come into the country.
Just like China.
The social credit scores are already there.
And Facebook.
That's why I'm not on Facebook anymore.
That's why they took me off.
I didn't pass their social credit score.
I got banned.
Plane closed.
Uniformed police patrolled the perimeter of the area.
An armored police car was stationed along a street leading to the square.
Asked about the extra checks, a police officer said, Today is a bit special.
Yes, it is.
And these people are going to be prohibited from seeing what makes it so special.
Foreign journalists were not allowed to enter the square.
Plainclothes police blocked reporters from taking photos by opening umbrellas in front of them.
Also sounds like the US.
Yep, can't take a picture here in the public area, right?
Except here in the United States, they don't open umbrellas in front of you.
They typically throw you to the ground, or taser you, or arrest you, or maybe shoot you.
Oh, I thought that was a gun.
That was a cell phone?
Oh, gee, I couldn't tell.
China has issued a few statements about the Tiananmen Square crackdown, which is omitted from their history books.
As I report here on The Guardian, in 1989, after years of increased openness, authorities were confronted with student movements across China calling for democratic reforms, individual freedoms, ending government corruption and other demands.
After two months of protests and division within the senior leadership, officials decided to use force to clear the protests in Tiananmen Square, the center of the movement.
And again, this is what we've seen over and over again.
Remember the Branch Davidian standoff?
Well, there's a debate.
Are we going to use lethal force against these people?
After a while they decide they will.
Just like the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas, the Chinese authoritarians said, well, yeah, this is setting a bad example.
Let's set the right example.
Let's show that we're not afraid to use lethal force against anybody that defies us.
And so they did in Tiananmen Square.
Estimates for the death toll range from a few hundred to 3,000.
A secret UK diplomatic cable released in 2017 put the figure at at least 10,000.
When pushed to comment, officials in China justify the government's use of force as necessary for the country's stability and development.
And remember, that was the number one item on the Bilderberg agenda for 2019.
Stability.
Stability.
You see, when the government It has the right of national security.
When national security is put out there as a right of the state, then you as an individual don't have any rights.
When that becomes their priority, everything is gone.
All liberty is gone.
And now we have taken that same idea here in this country.
National security, stability, is our most important Goal.
And we will do anything to any individuals who are exercising any rights to stop that.
In the name of national security, stability and safety.
We are becoming Chinese.

But let's talk now about a first-hand account of what happened 30 years ago from an individual who was there.
This is a guy who's a former U.S.
State Department officer, Fred Gedrich, I think is the way you pronounce his name, what I saw 30 years ago and what happened afterwards.
And this is an article that's on Breitbart, a great recounting of what happened here.
He said that it was, again, June 3rd, June 4th, 1989 he said the following is what I observed during those fateful sad days in Beijing when the Chinese Communist troops killed, maimed, and incarcerated several thousand of their own unarmed countrymen and women.
He said, I arrived in Beijing on an afternoon flight from Singapore, June 2nd, 1989, on U.S.
State Department assignment.
I was filled with excitement, eager to see the Chinese demonstrators who had gathered in Tiananmen Square, peacefully, for several weeks, protesting their communist masters for more freedom and attempting to follow the lead of other people in Eastern Europe and former Soviet republics who had already begun the process of shedding their communist chains.
Of course, right now we've got people in our country who are begging I'm begging to be shackled with communism and socialism from the Democrats, Bernie Sanders and others.
Anyway, back to the story.
After arrival, I was transported to a local hotel that catered to Westerners.
I immediately went from the hotel to the street to mingle with the generally euphoric and friendly public crowd.
Amidst the euphoria and excitement, I encountered danger lurking just a few blocks from the hotel in the form of a large convoy of Chinese military troop trucks, laden with armed soldiers, blocking several bridges and thoroughfares to the square.
Brave local citizens, only armed with words, circled every one of those trucks, trying to dissuade the troops from entering the square and turn their weapons on peaceful demonstrators.
After a few hours of circulating among the people and the troops and taking a few photos, which is said is risky business in the middle of a military operation in a hostile foreign country, I returned to the hotel for the evening.
Early Sunday morning, about 2 or 3 a.m., I received a phone call from the embassy that troops had begun killing demonstrators.
What ensued afterward became one of the most memorable days of my life as I watched Let me interject here.
from the hotel room, lobby and street. A few hours after the troops took action to disperse the demonstrators in and around the streets of Tiananmen, the military deployed a convoy of tanks down a main avenue and stopped in front of our hotel. Against overwhelming odds, those sympathetic to the freedom movement fought back without weapons. And let me interject here. The spirit of the Chinese people in fighting for freedom, as you see there with
tank man.
Yeah, and the sad thing about it, from our perspective, is that it's usually the only thing that we see here in America, in the West, and people come away with the mistaken impression that the troops, the tanks demurred.
They didn't.
They crushed those people.
More than 10,000 were killed, as we learned from declassified documents a couple of years ago.
It was not a victory for freedom.
The tanks and the troops did not turn back.
They followed orders.
It was very much like the Boxer Rebellion, quite frankly, when the Chinese fought against the bare-handed.
That's why they call it the Boxer Rebellion.
The British troops had guns.
And the Chinese, who had martial arts training, decided they would try to fight them bare-handed.
They were slaughtered.
Just like the people at Tiananmen Square.
But there is a core of freedom in those people, just like there is in Americans.
What we're seeing here, in this account, really reminds me of the War of the Worlds.
But this is a war of worldviews, and in this particular one, freedom was unarmed.
You think about that.
You think about that.
If you think that the military troops, some of them are good, some of them will refuse orders, but some of them will do exactly as they are told.
And they will shoot you in the streets if they're told to by the Pentagon.
You just remember that when it comes to the Second Amendment.
He goes on to say, some attempted to stop the tanks by erecting barricades and blowing up cars and buses and trucks on the street in a futile attempt to prevent the convoy from moving forward.
Eventually the troops and the tanks used machine gun fire to disperse demonstrators and for good measure they directed a few warning shots toward our hotel to prevent Westerners from observing what was happening.
The tanks eventually burst through the burning debris headed down the avenue toward Tiananmen.
Afterward, I went to the street to confront some of the locals.
Their faces were filled with horror, their voices with anguished cries.
In a span of just a few short hours, I witnessed the spark of freedom.
I saw it extinguished.
I decided forthwith that I would speak out on behalf of freedom and that it would be a lifelong passion.
And so then he asked, how did the U.S.
respond to that atrocity?
And he said, rather tepidly in the long run, We had a series of U.S.
presidential administrators, he says.
We had George H.W.
Bush, who was president then.
Of course, we had Bill Clinton.
We had George W. Bush.
We had Barack Obama.
Basically, he said, they all followed a path of not punishing the Chinese communists, but by helping them to develop economically.
Now, they told us That it was a way to entice the government to eventually let its people enjoy more political freedom and so forth?
That it would be less hostile to national security interests?
Has it worked out that way?
No, it hasn't.
As a matter of fact, he points out, in 1989, the gross domestic product of China was $348 billion.
Today, it has swelled to $23.2 trillion.

I did the math.
I said, how many times has that gone up?
up 666. 66.6 times more money going to the Chinese ruling class than they did 30 years ago.
666.
But they haven't changed in their ranking of tyranny one bit.

And Robert, I want to talk about what's happening, these developments that have come out the last couple of days.
I mean, we see the FTC talking and the Justice Department talking about antitrust regulation.
They've now lumped in Facebook with this.
Is this going to work?
Is it going to be quick enough to make a difference in this election or even to make a difference with InfoWars?
I mean, what is your take on what's going on with this?
The speed and effectiveness of the action will depend heavily on the reaction that Facebook and Twitter and Google and YouTube decide to exercise.
So if they will exercise intelligent discretion, this could be immediately impactful.
And we're already seeing signs of it.
So for example there, if you do YouTube searches for Alex Jones now, you're actually getting Alex Jones YouTube videos, not hit jobs on Alex Jones.
If you're doing a Google search on Alex Jones now, you'll find, and people can test this for themselves, you'll find now more references to Infowars and actual Alex Jones pieces, not just a bunch of negative hit pieces that they were trying to manipulate the algorithms to produce.
So we're already seeing some signs of it from Google, some signs of it from YouTube.
Facebook still has the complete ban on using the words Alex Jones in a positive way.
Yeah, we're neutral.
We've seen the people they took down in the UK just before the election there.
You had this one individual who was running for UKIP.
They took his account down, and one of the things that they said, which was leaked to Breitbart, they said, well, you know, he didn't agree with this group, but he wasn't negative enough.
He was just making fun of them with satire, and because he didn't criticize them, that's a basis for taking him down.
Well, still the Muslim Brotherhood still has Facebook pages.
Hamas still has Facebook pages.
Organizations that overtly support terrorism have Facebook pages.
So it's clearly hypocritical.
And my view is, I don't have a problem with those other organizations having a Facebook page if Facebook was being consistent.
If Facebook was saying, look, we're going to protect free speech as long as they don't violate the terms of service.
And as long as those terms of service are consistent and consonant to free speech, then fine.
And that's the thing, they change their terms of service, you've got this long document that you get periodically, and it's like, who reads that, right?
I don't have to call you up and say, Robert, can I hire you to read this for me and interpret this?
No doubt.
And to give an example, the terms that they use, if they were laws, would be considered unconstitutional for being void for vagueness.
Because it gives too much subjective discretion to the whim of some random Facebook employee mid-level bureaucrat.
Like the mid-level Twitter bureaucrat that took down the president's Twitter page for about almost a whole day.
Yeah.
And they're like, oh, it was an accident.
That wasn't an accident.
They gave somebody that power to do so.
They realized that that was going to backlash against them too consequent, too consequentially.
And so they acted the way they did.
So, from a perspective of how quickly it will act, it will depend on what the big tech giants do.
But as a lot of commentators were pointing out, Will Chamberlain, the publisher of Human Events, who's also a lawyer, he pointed out yesterday, he said, this is only happening in terms of the antitrust actions against these big tech giants because of their social media censorship.
And particularly, he said, the last actions taken against Infowars, taken against Paul Watson, taken against Alex Jones, was one step too far, and it's what Green lit From the President and the White House, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Trade Commission, opening antitrust investigations into all these folks.
And it's by far the most powerful.
President Trump has got to do something about this, because even if Twitter leaves, and the only thing he uses is Twitter, but even if he can meet privately with Jack Dorsey or whatever and ensure that he has a voice on Twitter, it's not just President Trump's voice.
I mean, President Trump used that masterfully.
He used it like FDR used radio to address evolving technology to address people and make a contact with them.
But it's also vital, this is the essence of social media, is the free speech of the people.
Absolutely.
And so people connecting with President Trump, people connecting with each other about President Trump, people looking and seeing information and then speaking about that, saying yeah I agree with this or I disagree with that, that is vital, as vital to the President if not more so than his access to social media.
And that has been shut down hard on Facebook and maybe, and it's also being shut down quite a bit on Twitter as well.
I mean, they have put a cap on my people.
I've noticed that when I Google my name, the only thing that comes up are a couple of videos that I did with the farmers in South Africa talking about the problem they had there, evidently trying to paint me as a racist.
There wasn't anything racist about that except what we're talking about on the part of the communist Marxists that were there.
They were using racism against the white farmers.
But they put that up there As a way to try to portray me as some kind of a white supremacist.
That's the way Google is using that.
In the same way that they identified the Republican Party in California as Nazis.
Right.
In fact, what you're saying, well for example, Twitter mostly uses shadow bans.
That's their preferred method of algorithmic manipulation of speech, debate and elections in the country.
So, and Twitter's like, for example, if people are not following me already on Twitter and do a search, I don't show up.
Barnes doesn't show up.
Barnes' lawyer doesn't show up.
I mean, even though if you do a Google search or if you search in any of the other, outside of Google, Barnes' lawyer, I'm going to come up as one of the top two or three.
But somehow on Twitter, I disappear.
Now, it probably has something to do with suing Twitter.
Right around that time period, they took umbrage and offense.
Yeah, it might have a little something to do with it.
But there's no question, the power of antitrust is it terrifies everybody in the corporate monopoly space.
Because they all know that they've been violating the antitrust laws for forever.
They have de facto monopolies, but they've manipulated those.
The key is this.
You can have a monopoly as long as you don't misuse and abuse that monopoly power.
As long as you don't leverage it over something, you don't have a natural monopoly.
So in certain places, due to technology, they have a natural monopoly.
That was not problematic.
It was when they started using that natural monopoly to try to monopolize speech, try to monopolize press, try to monopolize election coverage, try to monopolize other aspects that were beyond the scope of their natural monopoly.
That's when they started violating the antitrust laws.
And then they started manipulating it for advertising purposes, to direct and coordinate advertising through certain places.
To try to do it for, and when they started branching out, so when you saw Facebook buying Instagram, when you have Google buying YouTube, this was going to be problematic to anyone looking at it from a legal antitrust perspective.
So they really can't win.
And once they dig in, they're going to find embarrassing emails, they're going to find, these people can't help it.
They never learned Earl Long's lesson, which was, you know, never in writing and always in cash.
So, these guys don't have that same principle, and there's going to be some bad email communications where they say some incriminatory things.
Microsoft is the example that everybody in big tech remembers.
Microsoft tried to leverage their operating system monopoly into an internet browser monopoly.
By locking the two together.
Not only did people forget, they disappeared from the internet.
They originally were dominating the internet space.
It was their internet browser that had 80-90% of traffic.
That antitrust investigation crushed him.
And it was also not coincidental when Bill Gates decided to retire from Microsoft.
It was after he got beat up in that antitrust investigation.
There was some inside information that that was actually part of the condition of the settlement resolution.
Was that within a certain time frame he would step down.
Well, it's interesting.
We've been late to this game here in the United States because we already had the European Union come after these companies, talking about monopolistic practices and so forth, talking about privacy violations, and so we're coming to this late.
And when you talk about them buying things like Instagram and YouTube, yes, that's a big part of it as well.
But they also have, as I talked about yesterday, when they had the DARPA contest for robotics, Google is very involved in that.
Every one of the robots that didn't fall flat on their face, they bought every one of those companies.
They bought every one of the deep AI, deep thought AI companies and so forth.
So they have a monopoly there that is converging on the military-industrial complex.
And I'm concerned that their reach into those different areas has been the reason that they've kind of laid off That maybe this is a lot of sound and fury signifying nothing, except we want a campaign donation from you before the election.
What do you think about that?
I think once they launch antitrust, I know some of the people that work in the antitrust division, they are very careful about when they decide to launch, because they want to set a precedent that if they launch, they hammer.
So, once it was publicly released that they were going to do it, that means they're all in big trouble.
That's why the stock market reacted the way they did.
That's why they got like 5-6% drop-offs.
So, as someone said the other day, they said, imagine, they wanted to go after Infowars, they wanted to make a point about Paul Watson and Alex Jones, and it cost them about $137 billion to do it.
Was it really worth it?

We see that the mainstream media has taken a powder on this.
They don't really want to talk about this.
Certainly, you know, not the establishment media.
You only see reports about this now in foreign press.
Or an independent press here.
And as I pointed out earlier in the program, Robert, we have Twitter joining in with the Chinese Communists, helping them to censor the people who were able to get around the Great Firewall of China using a VPN, suddenly, just before the anniversary of Tiananmen Square.
Algorithms seem to identify this, and a lot of people are saying, yeah, BS.
BS.
You guys have been using VPN for a long time, but they've purged people off of Twitter by the thousands.
Oh, no doubt.
And clearly Twitter is sort of in bed with the Chinese.
And what's interesting, whenever I see that image, that iconic image of that little guy in front of those tanks, willing to stand up in front of those tanks, and the guy driving that tank not knowing what to do, because he's supposed to be a loyal soldier, but he's not going to run over his fellow citizen.
And it's one of the most... But eventually they did.
Yes, unfortunately.
Like I was saying before, you know, I see that picture so many times and it looks like victory, and yet they killed more than, killed more than 10,000, I don't know how many people they maimed.
Oh, it's just unbelievable.
But he took this extraordinary, noble, Medgar Evers, 1961 kind of act.
Yeah.
And I always think of it basically, we probably should do a meme of it, but then really that's Infowars in front of big tech and big media.
That's right.
It's that little guy in front of all those big tanks.
That's right.
And the genius of the... Just label those tanks...
Yeah, CNN, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, all of them.
And it would be accurate, because what's amazing is it's the whole model.
So the InfoWars model is a self-fulfilling, self-supporting structure that is in the ultimate economic democracy, little d democracy structure that is promoting free press and free speech by people getting together and supporting one another and sustaining one another.
It is the only independent press of this size and scale, of this public reach.
It's reached so effective that that's why Facebook is waging war against InfoWars.
That's why Instagram is waging war against InfoWars.
That's why Google and YouTube and Twitter are waging war against InfoWars more than anyone else is because it is the ultimate counter China novel, a counter China model.
It is the one model that says, here's a way to have a self-supporting, self-sustaining, self-structured, little d-democratic structure that because the audience determines what content goes up, the audience determines what audience is ultimately reached by their choices in supporting InfoWars.
So by doing little things like, okay, we want a little de-democracy, we want a fluoride-free toothpaste, let's say that's what it is.
So it's dealing with a particular health issue, where you have the health industry pushing one product overwhelmingly, the big pharma, big companies, the corporate model, the Chinese model, the statist corporate model that China has promoted, along with its social credit system, against Infowars' model, which is we're going to have an American-created product, we're going to sell that directly to our own people,
Our people will decide whether they want to support it or not, and by choosing to buy little products like that, they're able to fuel this independent press that is the only one that is not dependent on billionaire donors or sugar daddies, that is not dependent on big corporate sponsors, that is not dependent on getting the approval of the social media giants in order to spread their message.
So, and it's all because the audience has this, you know, spends their whatever it is, whether it's $5 or $50 a month on products that they like and that they want that actually compete with the corporate driven model.
This is the oldest democratic, little d democratic structure in the world for an economic supporting system or organism.
And the ability to do that and at the same time support press, support speech, support letting the audience choose what news they want to see and what views they want to hold.
And it's the ultimate counterpoint.
It's why they're obsessed with InfoWars.
It's not just the content of the message.
It's the manner in which the message is able to be self-sustaining and self-supporting because the audience gets to control what happens.
The audience gets to decide what they want to see and don't see, what they censor and don't censor.
The audience controls what ideas are shared and what news and views they have and others get to see.
And it's the ultimate American democratic expression and experiment, and it is the celebration of free press and free speech with free markets, and doing so in a way that's not corporate-driven, that's not another one of these oligarchic mechanisms of political media power.
You look at almost every other media institution out there that has anywhere near the scope, scale, or audience of InfoWars, and almost all of them are billionaire sugar daddies.
That's it.
Even publications I like, like The Intercept, a good publication on the left.
Don't always agree with them, but they do some independent journalism.
They're completely dependent upon a couple of rich donors.
And when you see, like if you're out there watching it and you're seeing some news publication you like suddenly do something weird or squirrely, like there's a publication called Quillette that was supposed to be sort of the non-establishment intellectuals and academics challenging political correctness.
Now they're waging war on people like Dave Rubin.
Why?
You have to wonder.
Often it's because there's a donor behind it.
The reason why they don't see news change at InfoWars or content change at InfoWars except as requested or thought about by the audience is because the audience controls it, because the audience has chosen a self-supporting, self-sustaining economic model by making small contributions, by buying products They already want, at a more affordable rate, by sustaining it, they create a self-sustaining, self-supporting structure that is unique in the world, and that's why they wage war against it.
And as long as the audience refuses to concede to that, or forfeit their economic contribution, as long as they continue to be involved, and continue to participate, and continue to partake, and continue this self-supporting, self-sustaining structure, there's nothing they can literally do to crush it or end it.
They can try to limit the scope of the audience, they can try to limit the size of the microphone, but in the end we will find ways to reach them because the audience dictates and determines it by its support of InfoWars.
And you know, you talked about how Tankman was a good analogy of InfoWars and the tanks lined up, the big corporations who all lined up to attack us back in last August and are still attacking us.
There's another analogy here as well.
Tiananmen Square was the public square.
Absolutely.
And that was where people had We've gotten together to talk about how they wanted to reform and to change their society.
And that's what's happening right now.
When you see Facebook out there talking about how, well, it's the digital public square and there's no expectation of privacy, right?
So we can do whatever we want, but we're not going to be bound by the other aspects of the public square, which says that you can't censor people in the public square.
Right.
And so they want to, just as you saw those tanks there coming after Tank Man, after they got rid of him, they went to the public square and they cleaned it out and that's exactly what we've seen happening here in the last year.
Precisely.
And if Tiananmen Square had not been effective, it wouldn't be censored today in China 30 years later.
That's right.
They wouldn't be so scared to talk about it.
The mainstream press wouldn't be so scared to talk about it right now.
You're seeing one or two articles and that's it.
And InfoWars is the only place where you can get that kind of information and that kind of intel.
And it's only there because the audience makes it so.
Because the audience refuses to censor themselves, refuses to support censorship or subsidize it, and continues to say, I'm going to make my statement by buying this product or buying that product that I like or want anyway.
But doing so in a manner that makes sure that I get to dictate what news and views I have, and to make sure that the world audience gets to see and hear what they want.
And not have the Chai-coms dictate what we're going to see and hear.
And we're seeing the effect of that.
When you have Twitter in bed with China to promote a sort of erasure from history,
In the same way they wanted to erase Alex Jones and Infowars from the presence of Facebook or Instagram in any positive way, China and Twitter are combining and conspiring, frankly, colluding, if we're going to use that term, real collusion between foreign governments to meddle in elections, to suppress the independent dissident Chinese voice, including taking away the history of this incredibly consequential action, so consequential they're scared to talk about it 30 years later.
Yeah, and there's that piece that the BBC did, where they took a laptop, went down the street, asked people, have you ever seen this picture before, Tank Man?
And you can kind of tell some of the people are like, oh, I've never seen that before.
They're afraid to say that they know it.
The people who are old enough to know what that is, and really do know what that is, I'm sure they purged it from the younger generation, they don't understand that, but the older generation knows what that is.
We've seen the Mothers of Tiananmen, it's an organization of elderly women whose sons were murdered by these monsters with their tanks and so forth.
They've been put under travel restrictions as well as speech restrictions.
All of that stuff is coming to the United States and of course the mainstream media will talk about it a little bit, occasionally, when it's happening in China.
But they will not talk about how this is the plan and how it's being implemented in the U.S.
Precisely.
I mean, the social credit model system is designed to ultimately, like for example, the way InfoWare structures its business product It doesn't monitor people, doesn't surveil people, doesn't watch people.
Again, it's the ultimate counter model to the Chinese corporatist status social credit system.
So like they have a system now where if you're part of those mothers of Tiananmen, your phone is being, people can look up on your phone where the dissident bad people are.
So to know where to stay away from them, not to interact with them.

We have Robert Barnes with us here in studio, and we've been talking about what's going on in Tiananmen Square, how that is an example of what's been happening here in the United States, and how more of that is on its way to the United States if we don't roll some of this stuff back.
But, Robert, I want to talk to you now.
Let's shift gears.
Let's talk about the Mueller investigation for this segment here.
We've got one more segment.
What message does the Mueller investigation send that the common man should be concerned about?
What kind of precedent has it set?
So at a certain level it's undermining elections and undermining democracy and telling them their vote doesn't matter because some political hack can overturn it.
You're misusing and abusing judicial power.
But the other aspect of it that's been very frightening is the way the media has celebrated absurd interpretations of the criminal laws in order to terrorize people into not defending themselves.
So for example, the definition of obstruction of justice has been interpreted in the most lunatic ways.
That basically, if you obstruct the prosecutor, or make the prosecutor's job more difficult, or you simply expose the fraud the prosecutor's engaged in, or the false evidence the prosecutor's engaged in, Or the witch hunt the prosecutors engaged in?
That those things are now called obstruction of justice.
Legally, that cannot be the case.
Constitutionally, that cannot be the case.
But you're seeing prominent lawyers, prominent members of the press, and prominent members of Mueller's team push and propagate these ludicrous definitions of obstruction of justice as applied to the president.
That the president merely doing his job somehow becomes obstruction of justice.
This is something that Harvey Silverglate, I think, had talked about Mueller.
He said, I've had a couple of interactions with him.
And defending high-profile cases.
And he goes, this guy is a torque Yamada, who had a meeting, and he sat down, and even though there had been multiple instances of abuse by the people that were working underneath him, he said, understand one thing, criticizing our group, the FBI, the Department of Justice, is off the table.
Exactly.
That was Alan Dershowitz's first experience with him.
Other defense lawyers I know, that was their first experience with him.
So what was terrifying is to see lawyers and members of the media push these ludicrous interpretations of criminal law that endanger the ability of the ordinary person to simply defend themselves.
If, for example, like the John Dowd reaching out as a criminal defense lawyer to Michael Flynn's lawyer saying, hey, let's see where we can work together.
That's completely appropriate.
There's nothing illegal about that whatsoever.
And yet here you have Mueller's team suggesting it's obstruction of justice, in part by misinterpreting and leaving things out from the email and the voicemail and the communications, which is now being documented, the various frauds on courts and the public that Mueller's team has been engaged in repeatedly and routinely here.
But what's even more frightening is that anybody could ever for a second even think of that as a crime.
Because what it does is it endangers the ability of ordinary people to defend themselves.
And that's the bigger message.
It's been if we can accuse the President of the United States, a billionaire, of obstruction of justice for merely defending himself, what do you think we can do to you, the ordinary person?
We can just crush you overnight.
I've had cases where as soon as I brought lawsuits against witnesses because those witnesses were lying against my client and falsely made statements about them and were conspiring to commit crimes against them.
I had a federal prosecutor immediately threatened to put me in prison under obstruction charges.
And I said, I reminded her that this is actually my constitutional duty and obligation, and if she wants to go down that path, it's going to be a full-scale, full-sale war.
And she ultimately backed down.
But it's terrifying to me that this has been the worst interpretation of criminal laws that I've ever seen in the public arena, is how the Mueller investigation has been treated, and celebrated by large portions of the legal press and the mainstream press that terrorize ordinary people into thinking they can't defend themselves, or if they do, they can be accused of an additional crime merely for defending themselves.
You have a right to expose other people's lies against you.
You have a right to defend your public reputation.
You have a right to have your lawyer do the same.
You have a right to joint representation.
You have a right to joint defense in many contexts.
You have a right to sue people who are causing you harm.
All of that is within your constitutional legal rights to defend yourself.
It's part of the Due Process Clause.
It's part of the right to counsel.
It's part of your First Amendment rights of speech and press.
And those things cannot be taken away.
It's amazing to me to see that, you know, Comey three years ago said, oh, OK, Hillary Clinton committed felonies, but we're not doing anything.
Mueller says, yeah, Trump didn't collude or anything, but we still think he should be impeached for obstruction.

We have the Republican businesses.
The businesses, big corporations, are pushing their Republican minions in Congress to do it because they want cheap labor.
So you want mass voters for the Democrats, cheap labor for the Republican businesses.
And then the things from the level of people coming across.
Right?
Two things happening with that.
Number one, they're fleeing the violence of the war on drugs.
The cartels that have been created by this unlawful, unconstitutional drug prohibition that has been going on for nearly 50 years.
And how it is, look at the effects that it's had on our society, but it has absolutely burned down those weak, barely democratic, if they ever were, societies in Central and South America.
They've been completely destroyed, turned into narco economies.
And so people are fleeing that, but they're also being drawn in By our welfare state, which the Democrats are using as a big magnet to bring them in.
That's how they're going to pull them into their camp is by putting out as many welfare benefits for foreign citizens so that they will criminally trespass in the United States.
So I think we need to fix this war on drugs stuff.
We need to fix the welfare state.
If we can't stop the welfare state, let's at least stop it for people who aren't American citizens.
I mean, we used to talk about foreign aid and how it was out of control.
This is a foreign aid that says, come to America, live with us, take over our country, so that you can get this stuff.
And it has parallels to what we used to, the problems we used to have with foreign aid in other countries.
We'd say, oh look, these poor people, they're starving in these other countries.
Well, why were they starving in those other countries?
They were starving in those other countries because they had a corrupt socialist government.
That was tyrannical and weaponizing their power against the people.
And so when we would give foreign aid to those governments, what happened to that foreign aid?
Well, those corrupt individuals took it all.
And quite frankly, that's the problem that we've got here in America.
The very places that keep adding more and more welfare benefits are the ones where the people aren't getting any.
Where the economy is burning down faster than it can hand out other people's money.
And the only people who are profiting from it And the Democrat states like California and New York and Illinois, the people who are profiting from that are just like these little third world dictators using it to get power.
And the thing that is concerning about this is now we've got people who say we've got to control this, they're desperate to do anything.
And just like Kissinger said, one day the American people are going to be begging For the UN to come in and send in troops.
Well, we're now begging to have a weaponized, militarized border.
That's the only way that we can stop this at this point now.
But I'm very concerned this is going to get out of control.
You know, if we could build a wall, that would be one way to try to stop people from getting into the judicial system.
If we could have a wall with the people at the border, military troops at the border, that would be one way to stop the flow.
Do it right away, as they could quickly build some way to control border flow there.
But frankly, I don't want to have a wall surrounding the United States where I can't get out.
Because I think that day is going to come.
I think it's going to be sooner than later.
Ron Paul has said the same thing.
We don't want to be locked in to this country.
There's a lot of ways that they can lock you in.
They can lock up your wealth.
They can do travel restrictions on you.
And of course, a wall is a part of that.
But we're begging for things like walls.
We're begging for e-verify.
Seriously?
Conservative Republicans who should understand the implications of e-verify, that you've got to have a government ID card in order to get employment.
You've got to get permission from Washington?
I'm sorry, I don't support that.
I can't support that even to control the out-of-control border, because they won't do anything to control the flow of people.
That's why they pull back in so many different ways.
They want that problem, and their solution is to build a prison, to make a prison out of the United States.
Just look at the schools and what they're doing already in the schools, the smart schools.
Imagine what it's like, and neither can you if you're a parent or a grandparent.
I can't imagine what it's like to be in the kind of prison environment that the schools have become.
Police officers are all the time.
Metal detectors.
They can arrest students rather than disciplining them.
You know, you don't get detention.
You don't get a spanking.
You get pepper sprayed or arrested or whatever.
Put in handcuffs.
Drug off.
And now they're taking it to the next level.
They're starting to roll out facial recognition, biometrics and so forth, all in the name of safety and security.
They are turning this country into a police state.
They're conditioning our children and our grandchildren to live in a police state by doing this in the schools.
And they have created this crisis at the border so they can get you to beg for police state tactics that you would have had a good sense To demand that they not do in the past.
But now they're rolling this out.
So we now have Congress proposing legislation to screen adults and children to predict if you pose a threat.
How is this different from China?
You may ask.
And I would answer, it's not.
It's not at all.
This is pre-crime analysis.
This is anticipatory intelligence.
I was very alarmed when we saw the military doing this.
We saw the establishment, the surveillance state establishment, but the police state establishment have been the ones who've been pushing this for the longest, more than anybody else.
Activity-based intelligence, mastering the human domain, human domain analytics, an anticipatory crime.

But I wanted to talk to him today about some solutions, and I wanted to talk to him also about his books on the Constitution.
Folks, when you've got children or grandchildren, you have to understand, in the government schools, they're not going to be teaching them about the Constitution.
They're not going to know what the government is supposed to look like.
And even if we don't have a constitutional government anymore, it's still a great pattern.
We need to get back to it.
But it's also important to know that the government isn't following the rules that they swear to follow as well.
And so he's got a couple of different books here.
Saving the Constitution, this one right here.
Excellent book.
I said, when they contacted me about this, I said, that sounds good.

Well, it's good to be here, but let's drop that doctor stuff.
I'm in the formal.
I don't like that.
What do you want me to call you?
Richard is good.
Okay.
All right, Richard.
Tell us, Richard, it was interesting in your book, because I've talked about this before.
As a matter of fact, once upon a time I ran for Congress because we didn't have the ability to talk to people, so I saw that as my opportunity to discuss issues with an audience.
But one of the things I talked about was the fact that we don't have sufficient representation.
We have too few representatives.
You talk about this, Arad, at the front of your book.
1790.
Tell us how immediately the people who put the Constitution in effect immediately began ignoring it on a very vital point.
That is the number of representatives we've got.
Well, you know, I would, I would just, I would, yes.
There are four enemies of the Constitution in our society today.
And one of them is our government itself by ignoring it.
And that's what happened in 1790.
We had a requirement.
The Constitution is very clear.
Not more than 30,000 people per representative.
There is no doubt.
And if there's 31,000 people, you have two representatives.
Okay?
That's how it works.
That's what it's about.
If we were to do that... Let me just use the state of Utah as an example, because I live here.
The state of Utah would have 100 representatives.
100 districts electing representatives.
Those people could go to Congress.
What do you think that would do with the power of Congress?
Oh yeah.
Oh my!
It would decentralize that power.
You know, one of the reasons I got on this was because at the time I was working with the Libertarian Party and they had several elected representatives in New Hampshire.
New Hampshire has the largest representative body of any democracy in terms of the number of representatives per population.
And when you decentralize power like that, back in the early 90s, I said, if they spend more than a thousand dollars trying to get elected to the body, they're accused of trying to buy the election.
They have a citizen legislature, at least they did 25 years ago.
And we would if we followed the rules of the Constitution, wouldn't we?
Yes, we would, because those same districts would elect guys to our state.
offices to those same districts, the same hundred districts.
Oh yes, it would be decentralized back to a republic, you guys, back to the republic.
You know, we pledge allegiance to the republic.
We don't pledge allegiance, well, we pledge allegiance to the flag, okay?
But we pledge allegiance not to a democracy, not to a tyranny, but to the republic.
And we don't have one anymore, except in many of the local city councils.
That's the only place.
And so, you know, it's kind of like what we saw with the contract with America.
Newt Gingrich went in, and I think they pretty much implemented everything that he said he was going to do as part of that 10-point plan, except term limits.
They're not going to take away their power.
So what did they do in 1790?
in 1790? Well in 1790 they just up the they they did they took the census of course but they did they they could have turned it to 50,000 instead of instead of 30,000. That 50,000 maintained 50 or 60,000 maintained until the Civil War.
After that, it began to grow.
But it didn't grow anywhere near what the population is.
Nowhere near.
And then in 29, the powers, the powers behind the throne held it at 435.
And today our representation is one representative for something like 750,000 people.
No wonder they don't pay any attention to us.
Yeah.
And more than just having those hundred districts, the state, now it's the state that does this, the state needs to set term limits on a representative.
The state needs to require the representatives to live in their community, in the district.
The state needs to tell them they cannot accept any donations except out of their district.
Yeah, exactly.
And so we have a situation where, again, going back to the illustration and talking about how, you know, the enemies of the Constitution are the politicians themselves in many cases.
In 1790 and on, you had these people just come out and say, well, we'll pass a law.
They didn't amend the Constitution.
They said, we'll just pass a law.
They would have to amend the Constitution if they were going to follow it to say, well, we got it wrong last year when we said 30,000.
So now we're going to make it 50.
They just ignored it.
You know, when the convention was going on, and I've studied the convention very closely, when the convention was going on in 1787, three months, they argued about how many representatives each state would have over and over and over again.
It almost destroyed the convention because they couldn't come to an agreement.
The Anti-Federalists, which are the people against big government, And the Federalists, which were for big government, kept arguing back and forth.
Big government wanted more people to represent each one.
Little guys wanted less people, so they would have more power.
Well, what happened?
They turned it to 50,000, which was one of the numbers that had been rejected just 18 months before, mind you.
18 months!
The date isn't even dry yet, and they've already begun the destruction of the document.
Absolutely amazing.
One of the things I want to talk to you about, we've got about two minutes left, but of course you've also been a very experienced teacher in political economics.
You point out in your biography here that you noticed you were an observer looking at these things in detail when we gradually rolled off of the gold standard.
I went to Fiat Currency, but we've got an article that came out last week about California setting up a state bank.
They're concerned because the federal banking system is boycotting, they've legalized marijuana, but the businesses are having problems operating.
We've seen these same types of tactics used against gun retailers, gun wholesalers, and against independent media, like InfoWars here.
Well, we have the banking system saying we're not going to allow you to operate.
So I want to talk about that when we come back as well with you.
Absolutely.
Just give us a little bit of a taste of that.
I've got a whole idea about how we do that.

So we're going to talk about how the states can take back their power with a state make.
And I think you would agree with me that, of course, the central government is not going to restrain itself.
It's not going to give us back our freedoms.
But we do have the power to take it back at the state level because it was the states Who created the federal government, and it was the people who created the states, so ultimately the power resides with the people who have rights and with the states who have powers.
And we'll talk about that as well as the role of the Supreme Court and how we take that type of thing back with the application of the Tenth Amendment.

We're talking to Richard Proctor.
He's the author of many books about politics and economics.
And again, as I was saying, he's got an excellent book, Saving the Constitution, going through the Constitution line by line, section by section.
As he points out at the beginning of the book, it's not that long.
It's not an insurmountable task to read the thing.
But of course, if you've been educated by the government in a government school, you've probably never read it.
And any information that you've gotten about it has been filtered through the government school and they have altered this.
So it'll be something that will challenge your understanding, challenge your government education.
It'll also inform you and it'll give you a tool that you can teach your children, your grandchildren, the next generation.
Begin a movement here to take back the pattern that is, we were just talking about in the last segment, was ignored by the very people who wrote it.
Within a year to 18 months after they had decided even on how many representatives there were going to be, because that got in the way of their power, they said, never mind, we'll just ignore that part of it, because they couldn't agree on the Constitution.
But now I want to talk about the monetary aspect of this, because of course this has been used as a tool to control us, the fiat banking system, the Federal Reserve banking system.
It is terrible what it's done to our money.
But it has given a green light of power to our federal government to do anything that they want.
I mean, we've gone from Keynesian economics where they say, oh, don't worry, the deficit doesn't matter.
Now we've got modern monetary theory, or as I like to call it, the magic monetary theory, MMT, you know, magic money theory.
And they're not only doing that, using that to avoid any kind of fiscal restraints, As to what they want to do with the welfare or the warfare state, but they're now using it as a weapon against certain activities, certain industries, certain political opponents.
We've seen the use of the banking system to shut down and to attack people who are gun retailers, gun manufacturers, independent media organizations like InfoWars.
And also now coming after the marijuana industry in California, where it's been legalized.
So now California is starting to talk about a state-chartered bank.
And Richard, there's another state-chartered bank, isn't it, in North Dakota or somewhere like that, or Minnesota?
Yes, but it's not a state-chartered bank.
It's a public citizen's bank.
And that's the key difference.
Because a state-chartered bank will be controlled by the state.
But a public citizen's bank isn't.
Okay, that's why they're going for that model in California, because they want to not lose that control of the politicians in Sacramento.
Yes, exactly.
See, the Supreme Court, not the Supreme Court, those Iraqi guys, the state itself Our legislatures, every state, could pass a law, and I have copies of that law in my six-volume set.
I'm not copies of the proposed law in my six-volume set.
But that law could be fabricated, could be developed, could be done to allow public citizens' banks, not controlled by the state, but audited by the state.
And the benefit to this is very simple.
All excess profits go to the state for the state's operation.
And that is a major windfall to the state.
They just don't understand it.
Banks make so much money, you can't count all the money they make and steal from us every day.
But if we had a public citizens bank, any money made by that bank, excess profits now, would go to the state for the state operation, and that could and should reduce taxes.
Property taxes, all the other taxes, should and could get the federal money out of our state, which the Supreme Court said in 1992 that if You take money from the state, you are obligated, compelled to do whatever the federal government says.
So if you take federal money, you're stuck.
But if you don't take federal money, you can go tell them to pound sand.
That's important, and that's the importance of the bank.
And it's discussed at length in Volume 6 of my Liberty Series.
Well that would be very important because a lot of people have talked about cyber currency as a way to try to escape the tyranny of their control of a fiat currency, you know, left the gold standard quite some time ago.
But now we see it being weaponized in a whole new way.
To try to shut down activities that the federal government doesn't like.
They use the weapon of the federal banking system, they use the Federal Reserve, to basically stop people from being able to do financial transactions.
And this kind of rapid consolidation of political power, backed up by the consolidation of financial power, being used as a weapon like we've never seen it used before.
Well you see, I have a five-step fit, and they must be done in order.
Five-step plan, That will help people understand, or help the states get their power back, and could control those things you've been mentioning.
I listened to your segment in the beginning here, where you talked about the wall, and you talked about the welfare state, and you talked about all those kinds of things that are the problem of our immigration.
Well, if the state followed the plan that I would outline, Then they would have control of those things, and it wouldn't be a problem anymore.
Literally wouldn't be a problem.
Well, give us a little bit of an overview of those different steps.
Okay, the very first step, the very first one, is for the states to understand and emotionalize the fact that they are sovereign entities.
They are the organization that started, that helped write the Constitution.
They are a power.
When we talk about separation of powers, it really means people and the state.
That's right, and they've used the Civil War and what happened with that, they've used that to scare people, to frighten them away from any assertion of state power against the federal center.
Yes, but you see, this is what you do.
The first thing you've got to do as a state, you've got to understand that you're a sovereign entity.
Then, you must understand what it means when you take an oath.
Every state legislature, every state official in the government, all the state guys, all Also take the oath that says, I will support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Well, we have four major domestic enemies, one of which we've already talked about, the government itself.
But the point here is, they have taken an oath that they will support and defend the Constitution.
That means that they are responsible for any unconstitutional stuff that goes on in their state.
If they take control of that, they say to themselves, hey guys, you can't pass things that are unconstitutional into our state.
We honor and uphold the Constitution itself.
So we're using the document to get the job done, the document that we all swore we would defend.
I did.
I was a military guy for 20 years.
I understand that.
So after they know that, and they've got those two things down pat in their emotion, Then, the second step is two-pronged.
It has to be done at the same time.
They have to authorize a militia, and they have to start a public citizen's bank.
A public citizen's bank is to finance the state operation.
The militia.
Oh my.
In the Second Amendment, everybody talks about the last few words of the Second Amendment, but the first words of the Second Amendment say a regulated militia is required for the security of a free state.
Now that's very clear.
A regulated militia.
Now, what is a militia?
Some people say it's the National Guard.
Come on, guys.
It's not the National Guard.
It's the people of the state.
That's what the militia is.
I mean, think about it.
What were the Minutemen when they all masked to take care of the guys that were going to Concord and Lexington?
They wiped them out, and it was a militia group.
Militia did the job.
Militias was the Revolutionary War.
Militia.
Let's go back to Utah.
Utah has three million people, give or take some.
If you cut that in half, men and women, you've got roughly 1.5 million.
If you cut that by ages, able-bodied, you probably have 500,000 people in this state that would be eligible or would be a part of that militia.
500,000!
We're a small state.
Well, some of these states would have Yeah, absolutely.
And it's kind of the model that they followed in Switzerland, of course, that's helped keep them free during the Second World War.
I remember having a very bright high school student.
He was salutatorian working for me at the time he was going to high school.
And of course, he had internalized everything they had taught him in the government school, and he was adamant with me that it was the National Guard.
And I said, well, first of all, you got your chronology wrong.
But secondly, they defined it pretty clearly as to what the militia was.

All right, let's go back.
Richard, you were talking.
We had to take a break.
You're going down the steps that you believe we need to follow to take back power at the state level, and you're absolutely right.
We've got to take it back at the state level.
You know, we talk about states' rights.
I think it's wrong to talk about states' rights.
I mean, the states have power.
The individuals have rights.
They use those God-given rights to create the states, to protect their rights.
Those states created the federal government, but now the federal government has given itself rights.
Anytime they allege those rights have been violated, their right to national security trumps all the state power, trumps all the individual liberties.
But go back and tell us, recap what you started with the four-step process and then continue on with that.
Okay, right.
The first one, of course, is for the states to understand that they are a sovereign entity.
They are the parent.
of the Constitution, not the child.
Okay, the next thing we talked about was they must have a bank to finance the operations of the state.
When the federal government starts to say, we're not going to send you any money, they'll just say, well, we don't care.
We are all financed.
We're fine.
Okay.
The part of that second step, though, was the militia.
And the militia is every able-bodied man, period.
Well, not man.
Every able-bodied person.
But it does say man in the 1828 Webster's Dictionary, which is where I get my information.
But anyway, there's another question that's very important.
How does the militia get armed?
How do they get any guns to do anything?
How do they do anything?
And what type is it?
Bows and arrows?
Slingshots?
What is it?
Well, if you go back to the intent of the Founding Fathers, when they wrote that document and when the other folks wrote the, when the states wrote the amendment, the Second Amendment, they interpreted that to be the weapons that were used in the Revolutionary War.
They didn't interpret it to be the weapons that were used years and decades ago, the war, the current weapons.
So these militias Constitution requires that the militias be armed by the federal government.
And what?
With every weapon, every current weapon, that's how it should be done.
Let's not worry about whether we're going to take weapons away.
Let's get all our guns back.
We can get it back by being a part of an organized militia.
That's what the Second Amendment's about.
You know, they don't have any problem sending out MRAPs to police departments.
They shouldn't have a problem giving state-of-the-art military weapons to authorized state militias.
As a matter of fact, you point out, Concord and Lexington, they came for cannons and for state-of-the-art small arms fire.
We had Santa Ana here in Texas came for the cannons.
That's what the come and take it flag has.
It's got a cannon on it that they had at Goliad.
They said, yeah, come and take our cannon if you can.
Yeah, that's right.
But now, one more piece of this particular thing.
When they arm them, they should arm them with everything, including airplanes, including tanks, weapons, and since the state is now in charge, they are sovereign, they're going to take those weapons from the police force and give them to the militia.
The police force doesn't need that, but the militia does.
You see the pattern here?
The state's in charge!
The state's in charge!
Not somebody else, not somebody in D.C.
The state!
Next step, the next step.
Now there's two, the next step has two parts also, but I put them together as different.
The first one that I list here could be this, could be, well anyway, the 17th Amendment is absolutely unconstitutional.
It has never been constitutional.
It has nothing to do with the Constitution.
Article 5 absolutely says in words that the state will not lose its representation in the Senate.
They will not lose it.
That's a part Part of Article 5, last line, nobody reads the last line because it's too far down, but the last line says that the states will not lose their The representative to vote in the Senate.
So when you do that, you look at that, that's unconstitutional.
The states will say, well, we're in charge.
We are going to follow the Constitution as it's written in 1787.
And just for all the government school graduates, the 17th Amendment was when they took away the appointment of the senators by the states and turned that into a public election.
Oh yes, I forgot to say that.
I guess I've studied this stuff so close that I forget to go back sometimes.
Well, that's why the book, the book has all this information absolutely written out so you can easily follow it.
Anyway, so, now the first thing the state does is they outlaw political popular vote for senators.
By the way, in this passage of this, there's also going to be no, the state's not going to have any political parties either, by the way.
That's another of the enemies of the Constitution.
The state wouldn't have political parties.
They're going to appoint those senators as they see right.
Okay?
The people are going to elect their representatives, a hundred of them, as they see right.
And both the people and the state We'll watch, probably through committees, we'll watch what the Senators and the House guys are doing.
And if they're not following the Constitution, they'll call them back and fire them, okay?
Now, the term of a Senator is six years, but it doesn't say it can't be less than six years.
It just says a term is six years.
But if the state doesn't like what the Senator's doing, it could be one month.
And when they do that, when they pass that law to outlaw the popular election, when they nullify, nullify is the proper word, when they nullify the 17th Amendment, the states then look at the current senators and say, oh my, look at his voting record, we're not going to keep him, we're going to replace him this week.
And he's gone, a new guy comes in, but the new guy knows that if he doesn't follow the Constitution, he'll be replaced the next week.
That's how it works, guys.
That's how it works.
And I gotta just interject here.
You know, again, we talk about power of the states.
Everybody has been taught in government school to be so afraid of that.
Oh, you start doing something like that, you're going to wind up with a shooting war, a civil war, and so forth.
You can't have nullification because that'll turn up into violence and so forth.
And yet we have seen Over 60 states nullify the federal government's unconstitutional war on drugs when it comes to marijuana.
They did it peacefully.
And the government, even though you had Jeff Sessions who wanted to assert federal power in that area, did not do that.
And we've seen nullification, at least in that one area, we've seen it happen, we've seen it done peacefully.
It's very important to do that.
We saw it done with the REALID.
Back in the early 2000s.
Montana and some others that said, we ain't going to do it.
So nobody was required to do it.
It's gone.
It'll come back if they ever think they can do it.
But the point is... Oh, it's going to come back in the form of E-Verify.
They're already working on it.
Okay, that's right.
That's another way.
It's another way to control us.

Prove you are who you are.
That happened all over.
Okay, now let's go on.
We've already spoke about the first two.
The first step was recognizing it.
We've got just over a minute.
Okay.
The last step after they've done is abolish the Federal income tax in your state.
Abolish it.
You nullify the federal income tax.
You don't have to ask the Congress.
It's not constitutional.
Yes.
I don't care what the Supreme Court said in 1960, and they're all screwed up anyway.
The Supreme Court is one of the enemies of the Constitution, by the way.
They kill it every week.
Every week.
And the third article, which I'd like to discuss at another time, is very clear on what the Supreme Court can do and can't do.
If we just would follow the Constitution.
