	It's the David Knight Show.
	Welcome on this Thursday, April the 4th, year of our Lord.
	We're going to have joining us in this program both Robert Barnes and Gerald Cilenti.
	When we look at what's going on with Mark Zuckerberg and this op-ed piece that he published in the Washington Post, maybe they ought to change that subtitle that they put on not too long ago.
	You know, they put under the title of Washington Post, Democracy Dies in Darkness.
	Maybe Democracy Dies In social media.
	Maybe that's where it's going to die.
	Because we have seen how they've manipulated elections.
	This is a prescription for manipulating elections.
	But we've now got even Republicans in the state of Georgia.
	We've got a Republican introducing a bill to set up a monitoring board for the press.
	And he's got all kinds of rules and ethics.
	And they're just going to create this board and the board will be turned loose.
	Because, you know, we've got to pass it and create it.
	And then we'll find out what's in it later.
	They're going to create rules for licensing of journalists.
	They're going to have all kinds of rules about what you can and cannot say.
	We've seen this being played out in multiple places around the world.
	You have people saying, well, we're going to shut down anybody if they do anything that is hateful.
	We'll define what is hateful.
	We're going to shut down anybody that does anything that is fake or false.
	And we will be the arbiters of what is fake and false.
	And then we will sue them and drive them out of business.
	This is the model that has been pursued by social media.
	They began with Alex Jones and InfoWars.
	And now this cancer is spreading everywhere.
	So we're going to have Robert Barnes, First Amendment lawyer, will be joining us to talk about that.
	And we'll be talking to Gerald Cilenti about a lot of economic indicators that are trending down right now.
	We see car orders collapsing, we see home sales collapsing, we see truck orders collapsing, and so forth.
	What is going on with this?
	What can we expect?
	And of course, Gerald Salenti, Trends Research, is the journal that he publishes, always has his finger on the pulse of where the economy is headed, so we're going to talk about that, as well as some breaking news on 5G.
	We've now had the Health Minister in Brussels, where, by the way, you know, the EU is headquartered in Brussels, Has said they're not going to allow 5G.
	And she had some very real health concerns.
	As I've said before, our concerns about liberty and freedom and privacy and government control should be enough to shut down 5G.
	You understand that this is being rolled out as part of the smart cities for dumb efforts, as Mark Zuckerberg would say.
	And if you're dumb enough to let yourself be locked up into a city, be monitored by the government so the corporations can make profits, and so that you can watch a movie that you can download in one second, great!
	Okay, well, let me give up my life and my liberty, because when this Brussels health minister is looking at this, she said, if we look at what our health standards are for extreme exposure, It was one milliwatt per square meter.
	5G is 95 milliwatts per square meter.
	It is 95 times what they consider to be extreme health risks.
	And the antennas will be everywhere.
	Everywhere.
	That alone should give us concern.
	The fact they're rolling this out without any health conditions or any tests or anything, we should all be very concerned about this.
	We're also going to be talking about the Sultan of Brunei.
	Everybody's been insulting the Sultan and we're going to chime in on this as well.
	You know what's going on with Sharia law?
	It's not an exception to the rule.
	It is something that we're seeing rolled out in many Islamic countries.
	You know, we were told that President Trump had a Muslim ban because he had banned people coming in from five Islamic countries.
	There's 50 majority Muslim countries.
	So he's only banning people from 10%.
	Do you know what percentage of those have Sharia law?
	Those majority Muslim countries?
	We'll tell you when we come back.

	That's right, Year of Our Lord.
	They try to get rid of that.
	Now we've got in the textbooks, they say CE for Common Era instead of Anno Domini, Year of Our Lord.
	But we still mark time everywhere based on the life and death of Jesus Christ.
	We have Sharia law, however, coming in.
	We may be going to some kind of different time frame.
	I don't know if they've got a different calendar in the majority Muslim countries.
	You know, President Trump was Criticized of having a Muslim ban because there were five countries out of the seven countries they said we're gonna have people coming in it's too dangerous you know places like North Korea he banned people North Korea is not a Muslim country for those of you at CNN or MSNBC
	But out of the seven countries that he banned, five of them were Muslim-majority countries that Barack Obama had initiated military operations against.
	And we're going to talk about the move, a big bipartisan move in Congress, including, it's so broad that it goes from Rand Paul to Alexandria Occasional Cortex.
	And I have to say, if she signs on to this, it's a no-brainer to bring home the troops from Syria.
	How did we even get troops in Syria?
	Do you remember the vote on that?
	I don't remember the vote on that.
	I remember the back and forth between Jeff Sessions and Leon Panetta, who was Secretary of Defense at the time.
	And Jeff Sessions was saying, well, you're not going to put troops in Syria, right?
	We'll play that for you later.
	And then we'll ask, why do we have troops in Syria?
	How did we get troops in Syria?
	How many are in Syria?
	Why can't we put troops at the border?
	of America to protect our border.
	Even the former Department of Homeland Secretary's secretary for Barack Obama, was that the Department of Redundancy Department I just said?
	Anyway, Jay Johnson, even Jay Johnson said, yeah, it's a crisis now.
	He wasn't saying that even a couple of months ago.
	He says, yeah, never seen anything like this before.
	It's getting much worse, much faster.
	And President Trump needs, as Commander-in-Chief, to defend this country.
	That's where the threat is.
	The threat is not in these other countries who are trying to overthrow their regimes.
	The threat's not even in Venezuela.
	The military seems to be more interested in Venezuela.
	As we look at what's going on with Islamic law, because it is now back in the news because of the Sultan of Brunei.
	You know, when we go back and we look at the Muslim ban, again, 5 Muslim countries out of 50, that's 10%.
	The President Trump banned.
	They were countries that Barack Obama went to war with without the authorization of Congress.
	Just what they consider to be a blanket authorization for worldwide war forever.
	That's the authorization of the use of military force that they passed after 9-11.
	So based on that, they said, well, we don't have to ask anybody about anything.
	We can send troops anywhere for as long as we want for no purpose at all.
	And no end point in that.
	And so only 10% of the Islamic countries people were banned from and they said he is Islamophobic, he's banning all Muslims and so forth.
	What percentage of majority Muslim countries have Sharia law?
	It's actually 30%.
	15 out of the 50 have Sharia law.
	And when we look at what's going on in Brunei, The official title of Brunei is Nation of Brunei, the Abode of Peace.
	Because, of course, it is a religion of peace, right?
	And to underscore what a peaceful religion it is, they're now going to be executing people who have cheating spouses.
	The cheating spouses, not the people who have cheating spouses.
	They won't execute the cheating, you know, justice.
	Now, they're going to execute the cheating spouses They're going to execute people for adultery, they're going to execute people for homosexuality, just to show how peaceful they are.
	And when you look at the article that I've got here from The Sun, they show, because it hasn't started just yet, the executions haven't started, but this is going on in other countries.
	Other Sharia countries.
	And they've got pictures from Indonesia.
	Picture of a man being caned for sex outside of marriage in Indonesia.
	That was, by the way, where Obama grew up.
	Where he went to school.
	Where it's majority Muslim and they have Sharia law.
	Indonesia.
	Two women.
	Whipped by a masked, and of course they all are masked, a masked Sharia law enforcer.
	After they were caught with men in an Indonesian hotel raid.
	As I point out, the majority of the Muslim nation already had Sharia law, with homosexuality punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
	But because when they published, when they embraced Sharia law, there was a lot of pushback against that.
	And so they said, alright, alright, we'll do it gradually.
	We'll do it incrementally.
	And so that was back in 2014.
	So at first, we'll just lock people up.
	For sex crimes.
	And as of yesterday, they changed the penal code to say that sex outside of heterosexual marriage will be punishable by death.
	So it took them, you know, five years before they roll it in.
	Where they were actually going to be going.
	And so they delayed that for a while because they want to do it incrementally.
	But the religion of peace will now be executing people For sex outside of marriage.
	See, this is the difference between Islam and Christianity.
	And we're going to talk about that a little bit more here in a second.
	The difference is, in Christianity we say God has something better for you.
	You know, the best thing that you can have is heterosexual marriage.
	But we're not going to put people in prison or execute them for that.
	And yet when you look at The Democrat Party out there championing the LGBT movement.
	They're also trying to make inroads into embracing Islam.
	And you can't separate Islam politically and religiously.
	There is no such thing as separation of church and mosque.
	Not in their religion.
	But let's take a little bit of a look at the Sultan of Brunei, because there's an interesting picture.
	You know, the idea of Piers Morgan, a lot of people in Britain, is let's not do the boycott that George Clooney wants to do.
	Because, you know, he's got these luxury hotels all over the world, especially in California and Beverly Hills and so forth.
	And a lot of people have pushed back.
	You had Bill Maher saying, yeah, that's not going to be effective.
	You've got Piers Morgan saying it's not going to be effective.
	Piers Morgan said, let's shame them about this.
	And so, Charlie Skelton, who I got to know covering Bilderberg, he always has covered Bilderberg for a very long time.
	Typically does it for the Guardian.
	And Charlie is a comedian.
	But he put up a picture of the Sultan of Brunei's car.
	Take a look at this picture of his car.
	It's absolutely incredible.
	It's kind of like a cross between Jed Clampett and Elton John.
	So, so gaudy.
	He's got this gold all over the place and he's sitting in the back in the trunk.
	Zoom in on the trunk there and show people where he is there with his bride.
	They've opened up the back of this stretch Rolls Royce and in the trunk they've got a sofa and he's sitting on the sofa kind of like granny.
	Except this is totally tricked out in gold and all kinds of gilding and everything around it.
	So he's sitting in the back, they've created a big sofa for him in the trunk and he's sitting there under a canopy and then there's a guy standing above him under an umbrella and a canopy as well and all the people are watching them with umbrellas and they don't look to be too happy.
	I don't know if they were compelled to go stand in the rain to watch the salt and go by, you know, but as I was looking at that we were laughing about it with my family last night.
	I said, and I tweeted this out, I said, is he doing a Beverly Hills, Hillbillies reboot?
	Is that what this is?
	Because he really does look like a Jed Clampett, Elton John thing.
	I said, well, you know, kind of fits, doesn't it?
	If you stop and think about the Beverly Hillbillies and the lyrics.
	Like, well, your first thing you know, old Sultan billionaire.
	Sharia said, gotta get the gays from here.
	He said, California is a place they ought to be.
	So he loaded up the truck and he bought some Beverly.
	Hills, that is.
	Swimming pools.
	Movie stars.

	And, uh, it's a very small country.

	Their industries are timber and agriculture.
	And that may explain why he's got a wooden bumper on his gilded Rolls Royce.

	Yeah, he's got, uh, there he is sitting in the back.
	But if you go down, show the front of the car.
	He's actually got a wooden bumper there on the front of the car.
	But if you talk about the oil sheikdoms, the parallels to the Beverly Hillbillies become even more apparent.
	Because, you know, kind of like the Clampetts, there's that wooden bumper that he's got the front.
	I guess that's a tribute to where he's getting most of his money, which I guess is timber.
	Maybe they have some particular type Of very expensive timber that grows there.
	Kind of a premium wood or something.
	I don't know how he gets his money, but evidently in that teeny tiny country that doesn't have any oil, he's taking all of it for himself.
	And giving the people Sharia law in the nation of peace as they call it.
	The nation of Islam.
	The abode of peace, that's where it is.
	And so they're going to show you just how peaceful it is as they start executing people for sexual offenses.
	But when we look at the parallels to the Beverly Hillbillies, they really do go much further.
	As I said, Jed Clampett, he didn't even know what oil was.
	You know, kind of like the Saudi sheiks, right?
	He didn't know how to find it.
	He didn't know how to get it out of the ground.
	He didn't know how to refine it.
	And he couldn't build the machines that were going to use it.
	We did all that.
	We did all that.
	And you know what?
	When we come in in all this, we're kind of like the banker, Mr. Drysdale.
	Oh, we want them to put the money in our bank, our Federal Reserve.
	That's where the Federal Reserve comes in.
	That's where the petrodollar comes in.
	And just like Drysdale's Bank, if they were to withdraw, you know, the Clampetts or the Saudis, if you will, whatever, the royal family, if the clown prince of Saudi Arabia were to withdraw his money out of Drysdale's Bank, I'm sorry, the Federal Reserve, Then it would be a big problem for us.
	So that's really where we fit into all of this.
	But it can be very serious.
	You know, as we look at Sharia law, it isn't just about cheating spouses or LGBT people being executed.
	It's also what we've seen with Asia Bibi.
	Remember the woman in Pakistan who was working in a field.
	Common labor, very poor.
	The Muslim women that she was working with, as she was taking water from the well to drink, said, you can't drink from our well, you filthy Christian.
	You have to convert to Islam.
	She said, I'm not converting.
	I'm a Christian.
	I'm staying a Christian.
	And so they charged her with blasphemy.
	And she spent 10 years on death row.
	And finally, after 10 years, the Supreme Court in Pakistan said uh... we're not going to execute her for this in the interim there was a legislator who said we need to strike the death penalty for blasphemy that's that's embarrassing it's wrong he was executed by his bodyguard and after the supreme court in pakistan let Asia Bibi out you had muslims across the country taking to the street setting fires rioting
	And trying to find her to kill her.
	And she still is not offered asylum in the UK or the United States.
	Are you listening, President Trump?
	What about all these people coming in as refugees and you can't find room for Asia Bibi?
	That is pathetic.
	Absolutely pathetic.
	But let's talk about what happens when they get into Western countries.
	You know, we just had in California, Pomona Valley, a statue of the Virgin Mary beheaded.
	At a Catholic church.
	I look at that and I thought, ah, I wonder if that was atheist.
	No, they don't do that.
	Was that Buddhist?
	No, they don't do that either.
	Was it Satanist?
	No, they wouldn't do that.
	They wouldn't want to put a statue of Baphomet next to her.
	That's what they do.
	But now, the Jihadis, that is kind of the thing that they do, isn't it?
	It's a beheading.
	And it is very offensive to them.
	They talk about Jesus being a prophet, but they don't want to talk about him being God or sacrifice.
	And so, cutting the head off Virgin Mary, I don't know who did this and we don't know who, but I would start, if I was a detective in that area, I know where I would start to look.
	But while we're talking about the Catholics in California, let's talk about the Pope in Morocco.
	Leo Zagami We talked to frequently from Italy, had a term that I think fits very much.
	When he talks about how the Pope is making overtures to Islam, he's going around meeting all these different Islamic leaders, because the Pope is ultimately not Christian, not Catholic, he is a globalist.
	And the globalists want to bring Islam in.
	And he seems to be building bridges to Islam.
	He doesn't talk about Christian doctrine anymore.
	He doesn't talk about the traditional concerns of the Catholic Church.
	You know, when he got called on the pedophiles, he goes, well, I think these people are out there expecting perfection from their priests.
	Who would get that idea of perfection and infallibility?
	Where would that idea come from?
	Anyway, nevertheless, he says, I think they're falling into the sin of Donatism.
	I was like, what is he talking about?
	I had to look that up.
	See, when you get caught and corruption and sin and crime.
	It's always easy for a church leader to throw in some theology, you know, to muddy the waters.
	It's a Donatism.
	It says that they can't administer the sacraments unless they're perfect.
	Well, nobody's perfect.
	You know, these guys, yeah, they may be pedophiles, but they can still give you last rites and Administer sacraments and everything.
	He doesn't have a problem with that.
	What he has a problem with, and Leo Zucconi got it perfectly.
	He calls it Chrislam.
	Chrislam is what the Pope is trying to create here.
	Unifying the two.
	The Pope has a problem with people proselytizing.
	He's telling, he goes to Morocco on Sunday.
	He discouraged the Catholics there from increasing their small numbers by trying to convert others.
	He said, please, no proselytism.
	Said the Jesuit Pope to a crowd of about 400, writes Leo Zagami.
	Yeah.
	And quite frankly, he sets a good example for that.
	He doesn't proselytize for Christianity at all.
	He proselytizes for globalism, open borders, environmentalism, population reduction.
	Those are the concerns of this Pope.
	Marxism, income redistribution.
	That's what he's concerned about.
	That's what he's proselytizing for.
	And not anything Christian, not anything Catholic.
	And he's telling the people in Morocco, don't proselytize the Muslims.
	Come on, let's join with them in a one-world religion.

	It's hard to look at Trump's actions and think that he believes in God.
	Well, I would say to Peter Booty, You better not start throwing stones in that glass house.
	But that's not even what it's about.
	It's not about saying, well, I'm a better Christian than he is.
	And he says, oh, I'm reluctant to comment on another person's faith.
	But then he goes on to judge him.
	And I have to say that what he's doing, we understand That the greatest persecution of Christians in this country right now, because there's not that many Muslims here.
	When there's more Muslims, it'll be coming from the Muslims.
	But right now, the greatest persecution of Christians and the free exercise of religion is coming from the LGBT community.
	I'm going to talk about that now.
	And so what he's trying to do is inoculate himself from that fear.
	Oh, I understand your concerns.
	You know, last week he said, well, you know, Chick-fil-A.
	I, you know, I eat there.
	I don't really like their politics, but I like their chicken.
	And so now he's saying, well, you know, Trump's not a Christian, but hey, I'm, you know, I kind of get the Christian thing.
	Or whatever.
	Do you really?
	Do you really?
	Are you going to stand down and stand up to these people trying to push this Equality Act?
	The Democrats who are doing this?
	Because that momentum is building.
	I don't think he is.
	And I think we know perfectly well where this is coming from.
	I frankly don't know or care whether President Trump is a Christian.
	As many people have said, when somebody's working on my car, I don't ask them what they think about Jesus.
	I want to know if they know how to fix my car.
	I want President Trump to fix this country.
	It's busted.
	And, you know, it's about respecting individual Free exercise of religion, and President Trump understands that.
	I want him to have a relationship with the First Amendment.
	And I'd like for him to have a relationship with Jesus too, but I want to know for my purposes, my family, whether he has faith in the First Amendment and in religious toleration.
	And I'm very concerned about Peter Booty.
	Because, as part of the, as we'll see, what the LGBT is doing, they're coming after not only Christians, but the family in general.
	Everything they're doing is anti-family.
	Even if you're not a Christian, you should be concerned about that.
	In other countries, we have, you know, as the Muslims are trying to kill the LGBT, they're also trying to kill Christians.
	And so, that's going to come to this country as well, if the Democrats have their way.
	But let's just talk about what That's what criminal sex looks like in the West now.
	Especially in the UK.
	Now RT had an article yesterday.
	Sex with a wife is the husband's quote fundamental right says a judge in Britain.
	And it triggered a backlash.
	Britain cannot tolerate that anymore.
	He said, I cannot think of any more obviously fundamental human right than the right of a man to have sex with his wife.
	I think he is entitled to have it properly.
	Properly.
	That created a storm of hatred.
	And why was this coming up before a judge anyway?
	Well, this is a man, this is a couple that have been married for 20 years.
	Her health condition is deteriorating.
	It's caused her to have learning disabilities, mental issues.
	She's not unconscious.
	And because she's got learning disabilities, social services came in and said, well, we are not convinced that she consents to this.
	Well, she consented when she said, you know, to have and to hold.
	She didn't say hold off.
	She said to have and to hold, right?
	I mean, she had an agreement as part of that marriage.
	It is a covenant.
	It's even a license.
	A license to thrill, if you will.
	But they don't recognize that.
	And who is it coming from?
	It's coming from social services.
	The same people who are always coming in to kidnap kids, like I talked about yesterday.
	To destroy families.
	Take your kids, destroy the relationship between the man and the woman, even in a couple that's been married for 20 years.
	And they're still pushing for a court order, barring sexual relations, to prevent the woman from being, in their mind, raped.
	Okay.
	And at the same time, we see a new condom coming out.
	It can only be opened by two people.
	It needs four hands, pressed on it simultaneously, to open the condom.
	It's called a consent pack.
	And I have to ask, do rapists use condoms?
	Do rapists ask for consent?
	Come on!
	This is getting beyond ridiculous now.
	Sex with your wife, we're going to call that rape, okay?
	But then we're going to say we're going to have consent condoms out there as well.
	Now, by definition, rapists don't get consent.
	And they probably don't use condoms either.
	Kellyanne Conway, in talking about all the panicking about Joe Biden, there are things to be concerned about with Joe Biden.
	And he does seem to be a creep.
	And there are people in the Democrat Party that are lined up against him.
	We'll talk about that when Gerald Cilinti comes on, because Gerald Cilinti called it for Robert Francis a long time ago.
	You may ask who is Robert Francis.
	Oh, you probably hear him referred to as Beto.
	No, he's Robert Francis O'Rourke, the guy who pretends that he's Hispanic.
	He's trans-Hispanic.
	He identifies as Hispanic.
	He's not biologically or genetically Hispanic, but he identifies as Hispanic and the Democrats are perfectly willing to play along with that game.
	And they're perfectly willing to throw Biden under the bus.
	We'll talk more about that later.
	But Kellyanne Conway came out and she said, it's gotten to the point where we can't shake a woman's hand anymore without asking permission first.
	And I guess in Great Britain, that includes your wife.
	Because here's another example.
	Again, another judge in Britain, and I'm talking about how this is against the family.
	It's against marriage, the purpose of marriage.
	In Western society, it has typically been recognized as starting a family, the sanctity of the family.
	Even in Greece and Rome, where you had homosexuality widely practiced and accepted, they didn't have homosexual marriage.
	Marriage was for the family, for procreation, for kids.
	And yet, in the UK, a judge has been punished for saying that children do best with their mother and father.
	They're granting him now permission to appeal.
	This is a story that's about a month old.
	He's a magistrate in the UK.
	In 2014, during a closed-door consultation with two other magistrates about an adoption case, he said this hateful thing.
	He expressed his view that wherever possible, children do best for the mother and father.
	Despite having served as a magistrate in Kent for 15 years and having an exemplary record, he was reported for his comments saying that children do best with a mother and father.
	That is now hate speech in the UK.
	Are we really any better than the Sultan of Brunei in the West?
	Seriously.
	He was told that his views about family life were, quote, discriminatory against same-sex couples.
	And he was barred from sitting as a magistrate until he had received equality training.
	Well, we're going to talk about the equality training that is coming up from the Democrats.
	We've got a Democrat representative, Pramila Jayapal.
	She's from India and she's a Democrat in Congress passing laws for Americans.
	And she doesn't seem to understand what our Constitution says.
	You know, I have a problem with people, maybe you ought to Maybe you ought to put a qualification in the Constitution that not only, you know, we got some things about being a natural-born citizen, which I don't believe are being enforced with candidates running for presidency, but maybe you ought to have something that says that before you can become a congressperson or before you can become a governor or something like Nikki Haley, you have to be here for a couple of generations, maybe.
	So that you can absorb the history, the culture, and accept the Constitution because both of them don't seem to really understand what this country is about.

	We're going to take a look at what's going on with the so-called Equality Act.
	And we're going to have, joining us later in the program, both Gerald Cilenti, talking about where we are economically, what is happening to our economy, risks to the economy.
	You know, we have President Trump is trying to control this border situation.
	Is sealing the border, what's that going to do to affect the economy?
	President Trump says, I'm more concerned about the border than I am about the economy.
	And I agree with him on that, but I have my questions as to whether or not that's going to be an effective policy for even controlling the border.
	It will be effective in terms of affecting the economy.
	So we'll be taking a look at that with Gerald Cilenti and then we'll have Robert Barnes, First Amendment lawyer, will be joining us.
	We'll talk about some First Amendment issues.
	You've got, didn't talk about this yesterday, but Amarpour on CNN was interviewing James Comey and said, should they have been prohibited from saying, lock her up?
	See, it's not just the free press folks that they're coming after.
	They're coming after your free speech.
	You know, we got even Republican legislator introduced in Georgia a bill to essentially control the press, to license them, to set up Ethics guidelines to analyze what they're doing and penalize them if they don't tell the truth as they define it.
	But they also want to come after your speech.
	Because it was the crowds who were saying, lock her up.
	It wasn't just the press.
	Some people in the press.
	We were saying that.
	I'm proud to say that.
	I still think she ought to be locked up.
	Hillary Clinton.
	Let's be very specific about who needs to be locked up.
	She needs to at least be investigated.
	Where is the investigation?
	They locked up a sailor.
	Who took pictures of his bunk, essentially, in the submarine.
	I've interviewed him several times.
	And he went to jail.
	After James Comey said, well, you know, she committed felonies, she violated national security at the highest levels, but it wouldn't be in her interest to do anything about that.
	And right after that, he comes after this poor sailor who took those pictures.
	They said, were born classified, confidential, the lowest classification level.
	And yet, Hillary Clinton's discussions with foreign heads of state and so forth, they were born above top secret.
	All this prevarication about, oh, it doesn't have any stamp on it or whatever.
	Well, you know, she had some documents that were classified formally.
	But everything that she did when she was talking to heads of state, that is born above top secret.
	And she faced no scrutiny, no investigation about that whatsoever.
	But the guy on the submarine goes to jail.
	That double standard that we have there has to be stopped.
	And we've got to stop these people when they come after our free speech.

	Okay, let's talk about what's going on with the Democrats.
	You've got this Congresswoman from India.
	We've got Congresswoman from India, Congresswoman from Somalia.

	Jayapal is the woman who says, my beautiful now 22-year-old told me last year that there, she uses the pronoun there, not he, there were gender non-conformin'.
	And she said, it was a tearful celebration of our adult son's freedom as part of a hearing that the Democrats just did yesterday.
	For the Equality Act, a bill that would require federal agencies to pressure Americans into agreeing that men and women can change their sex by declaring an opposite-sex gender identity.
	Now, let's understand what they're trying to do.
	They're trying to change the Civil Rights Act.
	The idea behind the Civil Rights Act is you don't have any choice whether you're male or female.
	You don't have any choice whether you're black, white, or whatever.
	You're born that way.
	It's biological.
	And we were told that we need to embrace and, you know, we're tolerant of homosexuals but, you know, we have to now celebrate it, right?
	But we're told the basis of that was that they don't have any control over that either.
	It's not a choice.
	It's biological.
	And yet, they didn't do anything to change the Equality Act based on that.
	And now what they're doing is they're changing the Equality Act for the transgenders.
	And even though we were told that we had to embrace and accept homosexual marriage and celebrate it, that was the next step that they wanted to do.
	They don't respect or tolerate the way you want to live your life.
	They don't respect or tolerate mother and father.
	They don't respect or tolerate families.
	And they don't respect or tolerate your Christian beliefs.
	But you must celebrate theirs.
	And now, after telling us that this is all because it is biological, now they tell us, if you talk about a biological definition of genders, that's hateful.
	Okay.
	We are now fully into the George Orwell double-think, aren't we, from the Ministry of Truth.
	And the Democrats are the ones pushing it really hard.
	We had Jerry Nadler yesterday.
	Actually, it's Tuesday where they were pushing this.
	Nadler and Julia Beck.
	gave surprising testimony at the House Judiciary Committee hearing, confirming that the so-called Equality Act has absolutely nothing to do with equality.
	It pushes the LGBT agenda on all people and targets Christianity in every area of life, family and church, says Liberty Council Chairman Matt Staver.
	We have James Dobson jumping in on that as well.
	He says, make no mistake, the so-called Equality Act is nothing but a thinly-veiled attempt to finish off religious liberty in America once and for all.
	And it ought to be plainly obvious, based upon a cursory reading of the First Amendment.
	And that's the tactic that they're going to use.
	They're going to now say that What they've been telling us, we had to be tolerant and change the definition of marriage because it was biological, not a choice.
	Now they're saying, but now it's not biological, now it is a choice, and now we're going to rewrite the laws for this.
	Which brings us to this article here.
	The New York Post reports that a naked man tried to get on board a flight, claiming that his nudity is more aerodynamic.
	Where does this end?
	I mean, this guy is demanding freedom, right?
	Who am I to say that he should wear clothes?
	You know, he identifies as being, he wants freedom, just as this lady from India, who's now a Democrat Congresswoman, is talking about her adult son's freedom.
	We have to respect that.
	It doesn't matter what you want.
	See, one guy can dictate, the tyranny of the minority can dictate to everybody else, just like this naked man.
	If we apply these same rules, we'd have to let him on the plane flight.
	Especially with our kids there, because the kids are the ones that they are demanding be indoctrinated in this.
	In Illinois, you have the House voting to require LGBT history curriculum to be taught in schools.
	Hey, we just had George Washington University purge George Washington because they don't like him.
	I mean, we're not teaching American history in schools.
	Why are we teaching LGBT history in schools?
	And going all the way down to kindergarten, K-12.
	The measure is now heading to the governor's desk, and I'm sure he will sign it.
	It says it requires schools to include, quote, the role and contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in the history of the country and this state.
	We used to celebrate people for their achievements, not for their sexual activity.
	But welcome to America, and I just wonder how long this Mutually exclusive coalition that the Democrats have put together.
	They want to have the LGBT people there.
	And they want to have Muslims there.
	And then even within the LGBT community, the L's and the T's are fighting each other over that.

	We just had, yesterday, we had a no-deal Brexit law passed by Theresa May.
	By one vote.
	She was able to put together a coalition that said there is not going to be a hard exit from the European Union, which is what she's been pushing for all along.
	And this was very obvious where it was going.
	Everybody watching this, we all knew that they put her in this position.
	Amazing that Cameron, David Cameron, who was Prime Minister, pushing to remain in the European Union.
	After Brexit won, he was forced to resign because it was essentially a referendum on that.
	And yet, out of all of the candidates who could take his place in the Conservative Party, they picked the one candidate, Theresa May, who supported remaining in the European Union.
	And that's what she has done.
	She has run the clock out on this.
	She's had multiple votes to shut this down.
	This is the way the Globals work.
	Same way the Democrats work here in this country.
	She has run the clock down.
	Keep bringing up the same bad deal, the deal that says, okay, well, you can leave the European Union Parliament, you can have no representation, but we will still write your economic rules for you.
	Because we've got this situation with Ireland.
	You know, Ireland wants to stay in, and we're going to put a hard border there, and so forth and so on.
	So they kept playing with that.
	And that's the only option she would allow people to have.
	They kept voting that down.
	And so then, it looked like, well, if we don't have an agreement between the UK and Brussels, then it's going to be a hard exit by the time the deadline comes.
	Now, they passed a bill yesterday by one vote, saying there is not going to be any exit.
	If we don't have an agreement, we will delay this for another two years.
	And hope that they can continue to scare people and turn public opinion around with another two years.
	Because it's already been, what is it, two or three years.
	I don't know how long they've been going on with this thing.
	I've lost track of how Theresa may be, as Nigel Farage called her, has betrayed the people who voted for that.
	And then this bit of absurdist news, as we're talking about political correctness and free speech, which seems to be constantly pushed towards us.
	A move to ban the term cyclist because they say it is dehumanizing.
	This is in Australia.
	They say they want to get rid of it because if you say cyclist it portrays them as not being completely human.
	It's like, come on, seriously folks, when are we going to stop controlling people by controlling language?
	And you understand what this is truly about.
	This is about an agenda that is trying to take away our private transportation, our practical transportation.
	They want to turn us into the third world equivalents that you see everywhere, where everybody is forced to either ride a bicycle, or if you've got a little bit more money, if you save up, you can get a little scooter, a moped.
	And you see the armies of mopeds going down the Asian countries, and that's what they want for you and I. I don't want that.
	I know you don't want that either.
	But the urban planners and the globalists and the Democrats do.
	And this is what this looks like.
	Now, I don't think cyclists is a hateful term.
	I mean, it's not like we're referring... I could understand if they took exception to us calling them Obstacles on the road, or roadblocks, or even speed bumps, but cyclists, that shouldn't be a problem.
	Instead, they want to use the term, people on bikes.
	This reminds me of President Trump when he started talking about anchor babies, and you had that one journalist said, don't use that term, it's hateful.
	And President Trump said, well what would you call them?
	He said, well I would call them Children of undocumented immigrants who are born in America.
	And President Trump said, I think I'll call them anchor babies.
	You know what?
	I think I'll call them cyclists.

	And there's some real differences here.
	As people are talking about the consequences of this Equality Act that the Democrats are trying to run through, understand that if this goes through, it's not just going to be Individual businesses that will be persecuted by the LGBT mafia.
	It's not just churches and families that will be persecuted by them.
	It will also be women who are going to abuse shelters.
	You know, they go to a shelter because they're subject to physical abuse from a man.
	And they're not going to be able to exclude men from those shelters.
	So here's a woman who's just been abused by a man.
	She wants to go to a shelter.
	And if some guy comes in, And says, I identify as a woman.
	They have to let him sleep next to her in the shelter.
	This is what this really looks like.
	This is the insanity that they're forcing on people.
	And that's why this really is a war on women.
	You look at how, when they include transgenders in women's sports, how they dominate it.
	Even Martina Navratilova talked about that.
	And again, A lesbian.
	And she'd been an icon of the lesbian movement.
	I wonder when they enforce this LGBT history curriculum in Illinois, what they're going to do with Martina Navratilova.
	She was always an icon of the lesbian movement.
	And she's come out against transgenderism being used to force people into sports, into competitive sports and stuff.
	That would also, I would think, include the military.
	But the Daily Beast is very upset about the fact that the last legal barrier against President Trump's trans-military ban has been removed.
	They report that the April 12th deadline has just now become more urgent.
	On Tuesday, the D.C.
	Circuit Court of Appeals, Tuesday last week, Officially dissolved the sole remaining preliminary injunction against the Trump administration's transgender troop ban.
	The ban can now go into effect next month, barring any further legal developments.
	The last legal obstacle in the way of the Trump administration's new policy, which will impose restrictions on military service for those who are diagnosed with gender dysphoria beginning April the 12th.
	If we go back to MASH, if you are suffering with gender dysphoria, I don't think you should be in the military.
	I mean, this goes even beyond the fact that we're moving away from, for the most part.
	Not totally.
	If we ever get into a real war, Americans forget what a real war is like.
	We haven't had one in a long time.
	Russians still remember.
	That's why they're not so eager.
	The Russian people were not so eager to restart the Cold War, but Americans didn't really care.
	Remember when Mark Dice started asking people in California, you want to have a nuclear war?
	Yeah, sure, let's go toe-to-toe with the Russkies, no problem.
	The Russians were like, are you crazy?
	And it's not just a nuclear war.
	Eventually, war can become a physical contest.

	They're now looking for recruiting people who are video game whizzes, but that isn't going to be everything that war is about.
	But there's also the issue of esprit de corps and even the issue of being grounded mentally.
	You know, if you're suffering from gender dysphoria, do we really want you handling weapons?
	I mean, even more so maybe the remote control.
	Drones and other things like that.
	If you've got some psychological issues, do you really want somebody with gender dysphoria there?
	In MASH, that was called a Section 8.
	They considered somebody who was cross-dressing.
	Remember Clinger?
	It's like, get me out of here!
	I mean, he wasn't, but he was pretending that he was cross-dressing just so he could get declared insane and get a Section 8.
	And they all knew that he was faking it, so they didn't give it to him.
	But it has serious consequences.
	We have, especially now, going back to England.
	That's what I said.
	Criminalizing sex in the West, especially in the UK, is not about criminalizing LGBT.
	No, that has to be celebrated.
	What they criminalize is marriage.
	They criminalize the family.
	They criticize heterosexual sex.
	You have a devout Catholic who used the wrong pronoun to describe a transgender girl is now going to be interviewed by the police.
	She is a Catholic commentator and a trans rights campaigner agreed to take part in a TV debate with her over a controversial girl guides policy.
	And so you would expect that there would be differences of opinion.
	So this is a televised debate between a Catholic commentator and an advocate for transgender.
	And it was a very heated discussion and they continued the debate on Twitter.
	And now this mother of five, who is a Catholic, who has strong religious views, used the wrong pronoun as she was debating and arguing with this transgender rights person.
	So now she's got to answer to the police.
	This report a couple weeks ago about the street preacher in the UK and how it used to be That anybody could get a soapbox and go to Hyde Park, stand on Speaker's Corner, get on their soapbox, and talk about anything they wanted to.
	You had some guys would show up there and do comedy routines.
	Some people would show up and talk about politics.
	Some people would show up and talk about religion.
	And the police would stand there and protect that person from the crowd if the crowd got annoyed about that.
	No, no!
	We're going to have free speech here.
	Now, that has changed.
	I talked about the transition of that, how my wife and I would go there in the 70s, the 80s.
	I had seen that.
	And then we went back with my children in 2001.
	It got really dodgy.
	He had a Christian preacher, not saying anything really controversial, frankly.
	And he was surrounded by angry Muslims who were murmuring and, you know, a bunch of Muslim men looked like they were ready to attack him.
	The police came in.
	To kind of quiet things down and allow the guy to speak.
	But now, here we are 20 years later, and the police come in and take the Christian away and trash his Bible.
	And they transport them outside of town.
	That's what has happened.
	I want to break in real quick.
	I have a vivid memory of that moment in England.
	The preacher was holding a large mug of beer when he was out there on his soapbox, and I can remember the female cop next to us saying to her male partner, he's going to be trouble after he finishes that mug.
	He's going to be the problem.
	Even as far back as then, the police were saying the Christian who's inciting the Muslims is the problem, not the Muslims who are.
	I'm glad you jumped in and said that, because I was really concerned.
	You were very young at the time.
	I was concerned about my two young boys and my wife, because I could see how angry the Muslim crowd was getting.
	And I said, OK, we're going to go to another place here, and listen to that before this riot breaks out.
	But yeah, even at that time, they were talking about the Christian being the problem.
	I hadn't caught that.
	Thanks for jumping in with that.
	You know, when we look at this, that is the direction that we're going here.
	And now we have the Democrat Party formally doing what the UK police are doing.
	We're going to shut down your free expression of religion.
	We're not going to be tolerant of it anymore.
	You are going to be forced to comply with the LGBT rules.
	And eventually you'll be forced to comply with Islam rules.
	Because that's the way the UK is going.
	Christian School is now withdrawing from an athletic conference rather than obey their transgender policy.
	And here, this final article I'll talk about here.
	Ohio now has their 4-H club.
	This is something that was exposed last year by WND.
	They had this happen in Iowa.
	The 4-H, that's the Rural Farmers Association, they started pushing the LGBT agenda to the 4-H students out in the rural areas of Iowa.
	That person got fired.
	Now they're doing it again in Ohio.
	The Ohio 4-H is now adopting California LGBT policies.

	And yet, there's also the health issues.
	And Brussels has now become the first major city to halt 5G.
	With health concerns.
	The Belgian government minister has announced that Brussels is halting its 5G plans due to health effects.
	And as the collectiveevolution.com points asks, should we agree to be guinea pigs on a technology that hasn't been tested?
	That's a very good point.
	This is the Minister of the Government Responsible for Housing, Quality of Life, Environment and Energy.
	And of course, 5G is going to affect all of those.
	It's all part of, it is the essential substrate, folks, for the Smart Cities Movement.
	That is all coming from the United Nations.
	And they want this to be in place by 2030.
	They want to pack us dumb effers into their smart cities so they can watch and control our every movement.
	But the minister there is talking about the health issues.
	She said, I cannot welcome such technology if the radiation standards, which must protect the citizen, are not respected, 5G or not.
	The people of Brussels are not guinea pigs whose health I can sell at a profit.
	We cannot leave anything to doubt.
	So the question is, is it really a health concern?
	Well, she pointed out that the 5G pilot project is not compatible with existing Belgian radiation safety standards.
	They have standards unlike the United States.
	We passed a telecommunications act in 1996 that said you're not going to object to the radiation that we expose you to with cell towers.
	You can object if you think that's going to affect your property values.
	You know, I don't like the way that cell tower looks.
	Okay, we'll talk about that.
	We'll put something in front of it so it looks nicer.
	But you can't object to it actually being there.
	You can't object to it being a cancer cluster, say the feds.
	Now, of course, that's just what the feds are saying.
	The reality is, folks, is that the federal government is never going to be looking after our best interests.
	They're never going to respect our individual liberty.
	And we're going to have to take this back one town at a time at the local level.
	We're not going to elect some savior.
	Not even Thomas Jefferson could save us from the monster that the federal government has become now.
	So it certainly isn't going to be President Trump.
	Because he's not even focused on liberty.
	He's focused on making a great American empire.
	That's a very different thing.
	Understand.
	It can be useful as a check against the Democrats and their plans for us, but it doesn't really get us to where we want to go.
	There's not anybody even talking about that running for a major office, including the Libertarian Party.
	They jettison the idea of liberty as well.
	So, we're not going to get somebody, some savior who's going to go to Washington and respect our lives and our liberty.
	We're going to have to tell them to back off at the local level, and that's why I think it's very important.
	These sheriffs in Colorado, more than half of the counties in Colorado said, we're not going to enforce your red flag gun laws.
	And if you don't understand how dangerous, how important that is, just take a look.
	And what CPS is doing to children.
	Oh, we've got to take the guns to protect the children.
	Well, let's take a look at what happens when you remove due process.
	It means that they can take your kids without any due process.
	There's that interview that I did yesterday with a poor man who lost his child.
	So many of those cases.
	We're going to have more of those coming up on the show in the next few days.
	But the red flag gun laws And the civil asset forfeiture laws.
	The left loves these red flag gun laws.
	The right loves the war on drugs.
	And then we bring all those together because we've got to save the kids from the drugs.
	We've got to save the kids from the guns.
	And then what happens when you lose due process?
	They take the kids.
	And they don't care about protecting the health of the kids.
	We've had a couple of different cases.
	One of them just came up again in California.
	A cell phone tower cluster That the school district rented out to the phone company and put it on the grounds of the elementary school.
	Now they've got a cancer cluster.
	That's happened before in New York and they shut down the lawsuit in New York at that time because of the 1996 Telecommunications Act.
	Same thing they did, by the way, with vaccines in 1986, ten years before that.
	You're not going to sue the vaccine courts for this.
	Of course, you can go and you can try, if you know about it, you can go to the secret vaccine court.
	It's an arbitration process, it's not a real jury, not a real trial, so you're not going to get the kind of money that you would with a trial about glyphosate and cancer.
	But, and you'll be paid by, not by the vaccine companies, you'll be paid by the taxpayer.
	But that vaccine court, in the first quarter of 2019 alone, has paid out $110 million in people who were injured or killed by vaccines.
	Oh, but they're totally safe, right?
	Anyway, let's get back to 5G and what's going on.
	The standard that they have there, which we don't have a standard, the standard is 95, sorry, the standard for extreme concern is one milliwatt per square meter.
	But she said the 5G is 95 milliwatts per square meter.
	95 times what they would consider to be extreme concern.
	So there is a quantitative concern.
	There's also a qualitative concern.
	As Michael Snyder pointed out last month, he said 5G cell towers are more dangerous than other cell towers.
	And he talks about the difference between 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, and now 5G.
	Those are going anywhere.
	They were, you know, 1G was 1 gigahertz, 2G was 2 gigahertz.
	I've talked about this before as well.
	5G is not 5 gigahertz.
	5G is between 25 and 90 gigahertz.
	It is qualitatively very different.
	It hasn't been tested.
	And so the quantity of radiation, as this official is pointing out in Brussels, is 95 times higher.
	And these things are going to be everywhere, because they are operating at such a high frequency.
	You have to operate in direct line of sight.
	It's kind of like the difference between the tweeters in your speakers and the woofers, right?
	The low frequency.
	That's not directional, but the tweeters are very directional.
	And so, as this goes up in frequency, they're going to have to have more of these.
	And one of the things that I haven't seen anybody else talk about, if you look at 5G, one of the things that they talk about, because it is so susceptible to direct line of sight, they will focus it And they will alternate between different people who are talking.
	It's very high speed.
	And at a very high rate, they can concentrate multiple antennas on you as you're talking.
	And then they take all of that power and they focus it on the next person.
	They multiplex back and forth between these two.
	So you're going to be, as you're using this, you're going to be getting very high pulses of this stuff.
	It's going to be very concentrated.
	Multiple antennas.
	As I point out, there's no question.
	That a 5G world would put us all under unprecedented levels of surveillance and control?
	It would give unheard of power?
	Now these people are leftists, so they're concerned about the soulless corporate algorithms.
	Folks, I've never ceased to be amazed at how the left is only concerned about corporations being evil, and the right is thinks that corporations can do no wrong, the government can do no right.
	The two of them are polar opposites of each other.
	The thing that's really dangerous is when the two of them operate together.
	The corporations want profits.
	The government wants control.
	And they work together to give us fascism.
	That's what we should be concerned about.

	And yet we look at this, this letter that they've put together, a broad coalition across the parties, saying we write in bipartisan support of your announcement of the start of a, quote, deliberate withdrawal, unquote.
	of US military forces in Syria and we welcome the completion of this process within the next six months. It is long past time to rein in the use of force that goes beyond congressional authorization and we look forward to pursuing this long-standing bipartisan objective with your administration. And so now you've got people across the board, Democrat, Republican, joining with President Trump
	against the military industrial complex. The only ones who want this.
	And we've got Gerald on.
	I want to play just real briefly and get Gerald to comment on this.
	Remember where this all started.
	Remember now that we have a situation with the so-called authorization for the use of military force.
	They now have turned this upside down like they do everything else in the Constitution.
	It used to be, under the Constitution, and still is under the Constitution, that you have to have Congress declare the war.
	Yes, the President operates the war, but Congress has to sit there and say, what is the purpose of this?
	What is the objective of this?
	Why are we doing this?
	Should we do this?
	What does it look like when we're done?
	And then the President runs the war.
	But they didn't do that.
	And you remember a couple years ago, a few years ago, it was more than a couple, it was when Jeff Sessions was a senator and you had Leon Panetta who was Secretary of Defense and then after that he became head of the CIA. So it's a number of years now. They were talking about Syria and Jeff Sessions said, you know, are we going to go into Syria?
	Are you as Secretary of Defense going to commit our troops into Syria without Congress? Here's a little bit of that clip and I want to get Gerald's take on that.
	So you're saying NATO would give you a legal basis?
	And an ad hoc coalition of nations would provide a legal basis?
	If we were able to put together a coalition and were able to move together, then obviously we would seek whatever legal basis we would need in order to make that justified.
	I mean, you know, we can't just pull them all together in a combat operation without getting the legal basis on which to act.
	Well, who are you asking for the legal basis from?
	That's amazing.
	If it's a, obviously if the UN passed a security resolution as it did in Libya, we would do that.
	If NATO came together as we did in Bosnia, we would rely on that.
	So, you know, we have options here if we want to build the kind of international approach to dealing with the situation.
	He's absolutely amazed.
	I'm absolutely amazed.
	I've played that many times and now we've got a situation And I want to get Gerald's comments on this.

	Four airfields, but we can't build a fence at the border or do anything, even, you know, put the troops at the border, try to control the war of drugs, which has now become a literal war of drugs.
	We can't even do anything to control that.
	We can't even build, look at the infrastructure of this country.
	Yeah, yeah.
	It's garbage.
	You know, these are criminals.
	We have no right being in Syria.
	Could you imagine if, you know, we don't like that guy Trump.
	We got to get rid of him.
	Let's go over and attack America.
	We don't like the way he's treating his people, I tell you.

	Like maybe China?

	I mean, you can't make more of the freaks than this.
	Nancy Pelosi.

	And now, which is maybe the pinnacle of the bubble economy, we have in a Danish town with only 7,000 residents They have the highest skyscraper in Western Europe is about to be built.
	Why?
	Because of negative interest rates.
	So there's two things, Gerald, that you've been talking about for quite some time.
	The absurdity of negative interest rates and the overbuilding in the retail market that that has created.
	Sorry, not retail, but real estate market that that has created.
	Well, look, it's slowing down and there's no question about it.
	You nailed it.
	This is from the IMF, the International Mafia Federation.
	Christine Lagarde highlights risks of global economy.
	This is just yesterday.
	Only two years ago, 75% of the global economy experienced an upswing.
	For this year, we expect 70% of the global economy to experience a slowdown in growth.
	World Trade Organization warns of strong headwinds.
	Again, this is just yesterday's news.
	Argentina, whatever it takes, moment fails to halt, pesos slide.
	Again, the International Mafia Federation over there gave Argentina $56 billion.
	And what do they do?
	You know what the deal is, they give you austerity measures, which means they rob you of your pensions, you rob you of your social benefits.
	And they increase your retirement age till after you die.
	In spite of them doing that, you're looking at interest rates, interest rates in Argentina at around 65%.

	You're looking at the peso having declined over 50% against the dollar.
	Wow.
	This is a guy, they brought this guy in, Matt Creed.

	He knows what to do.

	The banks own everything.
	And so, whether it's here, whether it's in Argentina, and again, the numbers are out.
	And here, here's another one from yesterday.
	U.S.
	auto sales driven down by higher prices and interest rates.
	Yeah, there's another, I've seen the auto sales talked about in a number of places.
	Heavy truck orders, class 8 heavy truck orders are down by 66%.
	I mean that is a crash.
	And truck prices, we've got the cost of gasoline about to go up.
	We have Manhattan housing market, the worst coal streak in 30 years.
	So, what should we do, Gerald?
	I mean, or what's coming up?
	I know you don't give economic advice, but go ahead.
	Well, what they're going to do now You mentioned oil prices.
	That's going to be the key in this game right now.
	You said they're almost $3 a gallon.
	So now look at retail sales, David.
	They're going down, right?
	So the more money that goes into the tank, the less money that goes into retail's cash registers.
	Now, the interest rates.
	They raised interest rates nine times in the United States, but we still only have like a 2.25 to 2.50 overnight rate.
	That's nothing.
	That's historically low.
	So yes, they're going to, here, this is yesterday's Wall Street Journal.
	Trump blasts Powell despite shift on rates.
	And it's about Trump going after Jerome Powell, our Federal Reserve Chairman, not our, you know, the Banksters Federal Reserve Chairman, our, as people of Infowars knows that, you know, Federal Reserve is Federal Express, it's a private bank.
	So anyway, they're pushing them to lower interest rates.
	But even if they lower interest rates, it's going to help to some extent.
	We believe it's going to get us through this year.
	And we are forecasting they're going to lower interest rates at least two times this year, 2019, and possibly again, another one or two times, probably two times in 2020.
	Because the presidential race is coming up.
	And there's going to be two major issues in this election.
	Open borders and economy.
	Economy number one, borders number two.
	And for Trump to win, he has to win the swing states.
	He'll win the swing states with a strong economy and a strong border policy.
	And when you have these guys like Beto O'Rourke say we want open borders and others open borders, most people don't want open So these are going to be the issues going back to the economy.
	It goes back to oil right now.
	If oil, Brent crude is now hovering around $70 a barrel, just a little under it.
	If we see Brent crude at $75 a barrel, this is going to hurt the economy, not only here, but around the world.
	And the world, as I mentioned, when you look at the World Trade Organization, the International Monetary Fund, they're all saying there's a slowdown.
	In economic recession, you're looking at Germany may go into recession in the next two quarters.
	That's how close it is.
	And Germany's the strongest economy in Europe.
	Italy's already in a recession.
	So it goes back to interest rates.
	They can't lower them anymore in Europe.
	So we're going to see more monetary methadone.
	They're going to do more quantitative easing.
	And we're going to see more quantitative easing also happening in the United States, as we've already seen the Federal Reserve Holding back on getting rid of that $4 trillion worth of debt that they took on with their BS baloney called quantitative easing.
	So we are in a crisis, but gold prices keep going down.
	They have not hit the level that we've said they have to go at in order to go higher.
	And I don't give financial advice, you're right, but for me, only speaking to myself, gold is the only safe haven asset that I would own.
	Yeah, and you've got a very specific idea of what to look for in terms of gold.
	You've got a price that, look, if it can hold, what was it, $1,400, somewhere around there?
	If it can hold that, that's a sign that things are going to be shooting up for gold in your opinion.
	It has to break over $1,450.
	And when it does, we're saying it's going to spike to a little over $2,000.
	But first it has to get to $1,385, which it hasn't been able to do.
	Well, it's amazing, and I agree with you.
	I don't think, you know, when we look at the dollar, I said this earlier when we were talking about the Sultan of Brunei, I made some comparisons to the, call them the Brunei hillbillies, because that's the way these guys work.
	And, you know, Saudi Arabia is kind of like the Jed Clampett to the Federal Reserve's Mr. Drysdale.

	You know, because we didn't ever have a discussion as to how we were going to get people in Syria.
	The same thing is happening in the Afghan war.
	You have President Trump entertaining the NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg on Tuesday And I still don't know where President Trump is on the Afghan war.
	He said we'd made great strides in Afghanistan, militarily.
	Well, that's not really true.
	The people who've made great strides in Afghanistan recently have been the Taliban.
	And they hold the majority of the country now.
	He went on to call the war unfortunate and ridiculous.
	So, I'm not really sure where President Trump is.
	I'll tell you what, if there was a candidate Who said, we've got to get out of these foreign wars.
	I would support that, Ken.
	As a matter of fact, I thought I did back in 2016.
	So I hope President Trump does that.
	The other question is, what are we going to do about our border?
	Are we going to have a Defense Department that can defend our border?
	What is the tactic that we're going to use?
	Now, President Trump has shied away from actually using the military to defend America.
	At the border, everybody realizes that it's a crisis, there's no question, even though the Democrats will obviously always oppose anything President Trump wants to do, but they have absolutely no credibility.
	Even Jay Johnson, who is Obama's Homeland Security Secretary, has said it's a crisis, it's unprecedented, something has to be done about it.
	President Trump is talking about closing the border.
	The Customs and Border Patrol to close cargo lanes at El Paso International Bridge, they say.
	Well, the issue is whether or not that's really going to be effective.
	People have questioned that with President Trump and he had this to say.
	He said, I care more about security than trade.
	Here's President Trump.
	It's going to have a negative impact on the economy.
	It's one of the biggest trade deals in the world that we've just done with the USMCA.
	It's a very big trading partner.
	But to me, trading is very important.
	The borders are very important.
	But security is what is most important.
	We have to have security.
	This is what this gentleman is all about.
	To my right.
	And we're going to have security in this country.
	That's more important than trade.
	Hey, all you hear me talking about is trade.
	But let me just give you a little secret.
	Security is more important to me than trade.
	So we're going to have a strong border, or we're going to have a closed border.
	And you know, when we close that border, we will stop hundreds of millions of dollars of drugs from coming in, because tremendous amounts of drugs come through our southern border.
	Alright, you just heard Gerald Cilenti say the two big issues are going to be the border and the economy.
	Probably the economy as number one because that's where people are going to feel it in their pocketbooks.
	President Trump says, I care about security more than I do about trade.
	And I would endorse that because I think it is an existential issue.
	It is something that could be done immediately.
	It's something that could have been done two years ago, frankly.
	President has the power to use the military to take care of that.
	I really do question, as does Newt Gingrich and others, he said, I strongly urge you not to shut down the border.
	It would truly be a mess.
	And what we're talking about here is not really shutting down the border.
	He would be shutting down the places where commerce is going back and forth, which is legitimate.
	But there's nothing going to be done about the crossing of the border.
	The drug mules are not coming across at the border checkpoints.
	Neither are the caravans.
	It's not going to do anything about that.
	And we look at trying to punish different economies for this and say, well, we're going to stop giving money to the Central American countries that are urging people to come to America.
	Great!
	I agree with that.
	I don't think we should be giving anybody any money.
	But let's understand the people we're giving money to are the people that we're drawing into this country so they can get on our welfare system.
	We are paying them to come here.
	That's the insanity of this.

	We're going to be talking about free speech issues.
	What does Mark Zuckerberg have in mind for you dumb effers?
	Well, we'll talk about that, as well as some laws that are even being pushed by some state Republicans to register the press and to control the press.
	This is out of control.
	But the other thing in this segment I want to talk about that's out of control, of course, is our border.
	We have the Texas Senate has just voted earlier this week to declare that the migrant surge is an emergency.
	The Republican state senators here in Texas passed a resolution that would declare a crisis at the Texas-Mexico border and would request Congress to fully fund border security measures.
	And of course if this was, as many people pointed out, if this was a flood of water We would get help from the federal government.
	This is a flood of people.
	And so the question is, how do we control this?
	Well, when President Trump is talking about shutting down the borders at the points where people are bringing in avocados and talking about how we're only going to have a few days or a couple of weeks worth of avocados, then we're going to be out.
	Well, I think we could weather that storm as hard as that would be on the people in the Southwest who are accustomed to their guacamole.
	I think we could handle that if we could get a hold on this.
	But I don't think that's going to be effective.
	And we're talking about two different things here.
	We're talking about Legal crossings at these checkpoints where the trucks are coming back and forth with goods and services versus illegal crossings.
	We have the drug cartels coming back and forth with drugs and with people.
	And closing down the legal crossings isn't really going to do anything about the illegal.
	As a matter of fact, it may increase it.
	You may wind up having people resort to The illegal methods are locations to cross.
	We have no control over the vast majority of the border, so to shut it down on those few points isn't really going to be effective.
	I think President Trump is hoping that he can pressure Mexico economically, of course.
	That's the real issue there.
	If they feel it economically, maybe they will do something to help us.
	We have to get over the idea that we can't defend our country without the help of Mexico, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
	We have never been that weak when it comes to the military.
	As a matter of fact, we're always using the military to protect other countries because we refuse to let them protect themselves or say, well they can't protect themselves so we'll do it with our military.
	But we won't use our military to protect our country.
	You understand what's going on here?
	You understand that the military-industrial complex, the CIA, is in control of our government.
	It doesn't bear any relationship to the Constitution.
	The Defense Department is not about defending this country.
	Just understand that's what's happening.
	And when we look at punishing people monetarily, different governments monetarily, President Trump wants to cut the subsidies to El Salvador and Guatemala who are pushing people, that's where the massive wave of caravans are coming from.
	Along with support from Mexico.
	So he wants to economically punish Mexico as well.
	With the shutting down the border for commercial purposes.
	But shutting down the subsidies to Guatemala, El Salvador and so forth.
	I'm all in favor of that.
	We should not be giving money to these countries in the first place from American taxpayers.
	But as I said last couple of days, we have to understand that we are paying the caravans more money to come here than Guatemala and El Salvador governments are paying them to come here.
	We are incentivizing them.
	We are pulling them in with our welfare state.
	I've talked many times about the Nolan chart.
	You know, the Libertarian Party was very interested in getting people to stop thinking about this left-right divide.
	Because it simply isn't accurate.
	They said, no, let's put it in a two-dimensional space.
	You know, let's take a graph.
	You know, a chart like this.
	And along one axis, we'll say economic freedom.
	On the other one, we'll say personal freedom.
	And then we will rotate it 45 degrees, so it looks like a diamond.
	And then you've got your left and your right.
	You know, on the one side you've got people who, if they're totally leftist, they want civil liberties but no economic liberties.
	And if they're totally on the right-hand side, they want economic liberty and no civil liberties, that type of thing.
	And then you've got the people in the middle, but you also then have the authoritarian bottom of that chart.
	And that makes sense, because you would not put If you really understand what happened with Hitler and Stalin, you wouldn't put them on opposite ends of a political spectrum.
	They operated exactly the same.
	They used a different rationale to get power, but they operated exactly the same.
	They gave nobody any freedom about anything, really.
	And then of course you have the top, where you have freedom in all areas of your life.
	So they would ask people questions, ten questions, they would have operation politically homeless, they'd go around different universities and try to get people to broaden and change their perspective.
	So I'd ask them ten questions about economic freedom, ten questions about political freedom, civil liberties, and there was one question that I didn't agree with, and that was open borders.
	Yes, I don't want people controlling my movement.
	However, I knew that as long as we've got a welfare state, we cannot have open borders.
	It is our welfare state that is pulling people in like a magnet.
	And if President Trump wants to use the money issue, at the very least, cut the welfare state off to foreign citizens.
	Isn't that a no-brainer?
	I mean, you're going to have a fight on your hands if you try to wean people off of the domestic welfare state.
	But why are we giving free education, free college education, subsidizing this?
	You know, people are talking about the Koch brothers.
	Say you've got a new ad telling Trump, protect American workers, reject the Koch brothers cheap labor agenda.
	Okay, well I agree.
	Business wants the cheap labor.
	Democrats want the foreign voters that will vote for them and vote for the welfare state.
	But let's understand that even more so than the Koch brothers, the university systems are the biggest opponents of doing something about immigration because they are profiting more than anybody else off of foreign students.
	And a big part of this are the dreamers, the so-called dreamers.
	Roy Moore was correct when he said there is no such thing as a dreamer.
	They had multiple dream acts.
	They never passed in Congress, never passed a single one.
	So there are no dreamers.
	There is no dream act that ever passed.
	It is in the imagination and the mind of the Democrats.
	It's kind of like Robert Francis O'Rourke's nickname, Beto.
	It's simply in his mind.
	But we all agree to use it, right?
	So we talk about Dreamers.
	No, it's the DACA thing.
	The DACA was an executive order coming from Janet Napolitano when she was Homeland Security Secretary for Barack Obama.
	She wrote that saying, I'm not going to enforce the law for people under a certain age.
	They can come here and stay here illegally.
	And lo and behold, where does she go after she puts through DACA, saying, I'm not going to enforce the law?
	She goes from there to academia, to the California, the biggest sanctuary state, California's university system.
	And she's writing op-ed pieces along with the dean of a law school about how we don't want any executive order tying university funds to tolerance of free speech.
	Certainly not here at Berkeley, we don't want that.
	We don't need that.
	No, what they need as an economic model Because they need government subsidies paying for the college education of foreign citizens.
	And it's not just the University of California, it's across this country.
	When you look at the groups that organize against doing something about immigration, it is the universities at the very top of this.
	And so I say, let's cut off the welfare state, the university welfare state system.
	Start right there.
	We're not going to pay the tuition at university for foreign students.
	They get a better deal than American students do.
	They can get an in-state tuition rate at any state they want to go to.
	If you're American, you're limited to going to the state that you actually live in.
	But a foreign citizen can come here, a person who's not a citizen of the United States, they can get that sweetheart deal anywhere.
	And you know, we played the clips of the people 75 miles north of the border here in Texas, talking about the gangs of people.
	They said, we're not talking about 10 or 12 people.
	We're talking about 40, 50 people attacking us.
	They're coming out threatening us.
	I said, well, you know, they're going to run you out of your home.
	And if they don't run you out of your home that way, they're going to run you out with the taxes paying for the schools that have to be built if we're going to offer a free education to every child that comes here.
	We've got a big magnet we're pulling them in with.
	It's not the push coming from those Central American states.
	It's our magnet, President Trump.

	I've talked to Robert at least once before.
	We had a great discussion about the Marsh versus Alabama from 1946.
	Today we're going to talk, we may go back and talk about that a little bit, but I want to talk about The bills and the efforts that are being put out, it's not just the Democrats, folks, who are trying to stop speech that they don't like.
	We've got this bill that just was introduced in Georgia by Representative Andy Welch, a Republican, and on Tuesday he introduced a bill that would mandate the creation of a, quote, Journalism Ethics Board.
	It would force members of media to comply with requests from interview subjects to provide at no charge the full unedited versions of any relevant audio or video clips as well as photographs.
	Journalists essentially would be expected to pay up for government records while handing over their own records to the government officials for free.
	So what could possibly go wrong with this, Robert?
	Precisely.
	I mean, it's the credentialing of, it's the professional credentialing class, writ large, but now they're trying to apply it to journalism.
	Yes.
	And the great danger is, whenever that has happened, it used to be my debate with one of my old clients, Ralph Nader.
	And Nader always believed that if you created a governmental institutional organization, you could control big media, or big corporations, or big power.
	No, they're going to become captured entities of that big power to suppress little power.
	We've seen that with every regulatory agency.
	Absolutely.
	We've seen it with the Department of Transportation.
	Ralph Nader ought to know that.
	Precisely.
	The FDA.
	The FDA didn't end up monitoring big pharma.
	They ended up using their power to suppress independent supplements and independent products that were challenging it.
	I mean, take for example Stevia, a great little product that's out of Brazil, natural substitute for sugar.
	It took them 15 years to be legal here in the United States.
	Why?
	Because the sugar industry and the sugar substitute industry in particular would try to suppress it using their concentrated power at the FDA.
	I'll give you another example, e-cigs.
	I heard a news report at the top of the hour, so I was driving in this morning.
	They're saying, well, we're taking a look at e-cigs.
	You know, we've had like maybe three dozen cases that reported people having seizures with it.
	OK, it's like, well, I just reported that there were 5700 people that had seizures from MMR vaccines, but they're not going to look at that because of regulatory capture.
	They gave the big pharmaceutical companies in 1986 immunity from any legal prosecution.
	So they're not going to look at that.
	They're not going to look at the effects of 5G radiation cell phone towers because they have the 1996 Telecommunications Act on and on.
	Those are the the in your face Well, another example of that is Section 230 immunity for all of big tech, to allow them to censor, to have all the privileges and protections of a publisher without any of the obligations or responsibilities of a publisher.
	So there's no... What will happen is a very bad idea.
	I get where people are coming from.
	They would like journalists to abide by journalistic ethics.
	But we have legal standards for that.
	We have legal... If someone libels, they can be sued.
	If it's outside the First Amendment, what they did.
	But always what has happened, and is what we've witnessed happened, is that these laws will be disproportionately used and these boards and regulatory agencies will be disparately used to discriminate on a viewpoint basis against the independent press and people outside the political establishment.
	That's what's always happened historically, it's what's going to happen now.
	The idea of concentrating power in a state, basically where Reagan was right is the state is not the solution.
	If the state is the recommended solution, you already have a problem because the state will be the problem ultimately.
	We cannot trust the, particularly like journalism professors.
	I mean, there are very few journalism professors I know of that actually have journalistic ethics, in my opinion.
	They promote and propagate a particular ideological viewpoint, and they will support lawsuits that suppress free press or free speech when it's a dissident voice that's being aired.
	So that's why it cannot be the case to allow this kind of thing to move forward.
	It's where they wanted to go.
	They wanted the FCC to do this.
	They wanted to call things fake news, and have the FCC ban people, net neutrality grounds that was all designed to suppress independent speech and independent press.
	You had that board saying, we want to put together, we want to have people from the FCC come around and talk to you about how you put together your news a few years ago.
	Remember that?
	Absolutely.
	What is going on with this?
	The FCC was set up to auction off a limited resource, that is the spectrum of the different radio stations.
	They should never get involved in the content of this.
	Absolutely.
	We knew that was where they were headed with this and they've been going down that path a long time.
	So now you've got this guy in Georgia, he's upset, probably rightfully so.
	Somebody probably lied about him in the media.
	He wants to get his fair, you know, so he's saying, yeah, we're going to have to have the transcripts and the full recordings because they probably did a hit piece on him.
	Right.
	and they edited the stuff and you know, the politicians maybe don't have the same liability standard as an individual does because of public figure or whatever.
	And they edited the stuff and, you know, you know, the politicians maybe don't have the same liability standard as an individual does because a public figure or whatever.
	So he wants to set up though a board that would have three members of the media as well as one retired journalism professor.
	So he wants to set up, though, a board that would have three members of the media as well as one retired journalism professor.
	You just talked about the journalism professors and we know about the media.
	What he's going to do is he's going to get somebody from CNN, MSNBC and Fox News to determine the validity of what's being said, right?
	Precisely.
	That's what's going to happen and they will disproportionately use their power to suppress the independent press.
	Particularly, we don't need the freedom of the press to protect big press.
	They got enough power on their own.
	We don't need the freedom of speech to protect powerful or popular platforms.
	We needed to respect the dissident independent voice that's out there in the wilderness speaking the opinions that the political establishment and the corporate oligarchy doesn't want communicated Yeah, yeah.
	One person responding to this legislation in Georgia introduced by, again, a Republican said, when I first heard this I thought it was an April Fool's joke.
	Exactly, it's a bad joke.
	It's not funny anymore.
	I mean, you can laugh at it, but it's kind of like, you know, it's dark humor when we look at this.
	Because it's not, typically we've seen it rolling out this way, like the House Democrats.
	They want oversight over Fox News.
	They're complaining about why Fox News didn't report what they didn't report or whatever, allegedly, about Stormy Daniels and Donald Trump.
	So now they're saying, we want to have oversight over Fox News.
	For the same political reasons that you got this Republican doing it.
	They don't respect the free market and they don't want to have an open competitive market.
	I mean, the press has always been very partisan.
	You go back and look through the history of America, you had people would say, you know, they would be the Arkansas Democrat or whatever.
	They would even put the party affiliation in the name of the organization.
	Yeah, they used to call it the yellow press.
	And in fact, I always consider that a more honest time period.
	Because you knew exactly what you were getting.
	You didn't have people pretending to be objective, non-partisan members of the press.
	You knew, okay, here's this perspective and here's this perspective.
	And that's more honest and straightforward so that you know how to filter and frame the information that you're receiving.
	So the idea that That we should start regulating, or governing, or in any way having the state involved, whether it's Congress, whether it's a regulatory agency, in any way, or honestly, whether it's the courts.
	When the courts overstep their bounds, and it's starting to happen in multiple cases, where they're applying discriminatory standards and disparate standards to different people based on the political viewpoint of the person being sued, or the person doing the suing.
	So, you know, you see a conservative sues a liberal media, all of a sudden there's these broad protections for First Amendment for the liberal big media.
	Liberals, who's a conservative member of the press, all of a sudden there's these very limited restrictive standards that apply.
	It's a dangerous, it's what I told somebody the other day, I said we either have free press for everybody or we have free press for nobody.
	And we have to protect it across the board and we have to avoid the temptation of state regulation and legislative oversight just because we're offended by what somebody else says on the opposite side of the aisle.
	Absolutely, and you pointed out this idea that we've got objectivity.
	I've rejected that.
	When I was in college, I didn't want to look at Newsweek and Time.
	I knew it was nonsense.
	I had a subscription to National Review and The Nation.
	I wanted both sides to show me, you know, have your biases up front.
	Everybody has biases.
	If they tell you they don't, they're either lying to you or they're naive, and I don't want to listen to them, okay?
	Tell me what your bias is, and give me an explanation of why you were there, and let me decide.
	That's what I want in a free market.

	We're talking to Robert Barnes, live here in studio.
	Of course, he's a First Amendment lawyer, and we're talking about the First Amendment, and we were talking about the free press efforts to regulate it by both Republicans and Democrats at both the state and the federal level.
	It's a very dangerous time that we're in right now.
	I mean, for the longest time we've seen attacks against the Second Amendment, and now we see these people whittling away one after the other against the First Amendment.
	The First Amendment.
	And so, as we see this legislation, Robert, in Georgia, and, of course, a Republican who feels, and probably justly so, that he was blindsided and that they lied about him, that's part of the game, you know.
	He's going to have to get a thick skin.
	That's why we keep telling people, you know, all this stuff about, you know, we've got to shut down the speech that's just too hateful.
	It's like, if you're going to get in the public arena, Be prepared for people to say really nasty stuff about you.
	They say that about me.
	They say it about Alex.
	Anybody that gets in a public arena, you're going to get trolls.
	So get a thick skin or don't go there.
	But as we see these guys pushing back, it's not just the regulations that they want to set up on the press, but it is also The regulations against free speech of the public.
	And I think, as we're talking about this, what Christiane Amapour on CNN was saying with James Comey kind of gets to the juncture of both of those things, saying you should, as the FBI, you should not have allowed this locker up stuff.
	I want to play the clip for everybody.
	Let's run video clip number four.
	I've got one question because you just said lock her up, or lock me up.
	Of course, lock her up was a feature of the 2016 Trump campaign.
	Do you, in retrospect, wish that people like yourself, the head of the FBI, I mean the people in charge of law and order, had shut down that language?
	That it was dangerous potentially?
	That it could have created violence?
	That it's kind of hate speech?
	Should that have been allowed?
	That's not a role for government to play.
	The beauty of this country is people can say what they want, even if it's misleading and it's demagoguery.
	The people who should have shut it down were Republicans who understand the rule of law and the values that they claim to stand for.
	Shame on them, but it wasn't a role for government to play.
	How about that?
	You set her straight.
	I was on Comey's side for a change.
	You realize how shocking her statement was when Comey's even shocked by it.
	You see that delayed reaction.
	He's like, oh, we still have a First Amendment.
	We're not allowed to lock people up for actual speech yet.
	The Republicans should have showed up.
	You should have a free marketplace of ideas where you have a debate.
	That's what America used to be about.
	But of course, she's not from America.
	Yeah, exactly.
	Well, what's extraordinary is here's someone who has incredible degrees of political power in the public space, one of the most prominent reporters at CNN.
	She'd be the kind of person who they would put on that Georgia committee.
	It would be someone exactly like her, and you see how she would use that power.
	She would use that power to go after people that she doesn't like, whose opinions she doesn't like.
	But anyway, to say something like, lock her up, Is hate speech, is dangerous, is violent, is insane.
	The constitutional standard is there has to be an imminent threat of violence before you can restrain speech in any way shape or form.
	Saying that the government should do something that it should have actually done is not hate speech or an imminent threat of violence.
	And what they're trying to do is expand and liberalize the scope of things to basically be speech I don't like equals speech that's violent.
	Speech I don't like equals hate speech.
	So let's have the FBI go in and arrest people and shut it down.
	Yeah.
	And to see someone actually say, I mean, that hasn't been said since the fascist governments of Europe and the communist governments.
	I mean, it's extraordinary.
	And this is one of the most prominent people on, at least from an international perspective, the world's most prominent U.S.
	media network.
	So their ratings may suck.
	Well, it's not a surprise because that is what CNN has been doing to InfoWars for the longest time, right?
	Where have they, in fact, been focused?
	You've got people like Oliver Darcy who have essentially tried to apply this Christiane Amapour standard to us.
	It's like, I hate your speech, therefore you are hate speech, and they need to be de-platformed.
	And it's not going to be just social media, it's going to be across the board that they're going to do that.
	You know, it starts with social media, then it goes after the financial aspects, then it goes after, eventually, I think they're going to go after Actual domain name registration.
	They went after, you know, routing as you saw in New Zealand, that type of thing.
	Precisely.
	What they're going to do is, and they're going to say that any individual can be banned from actually saying that person's name.
	Yeah.
	I mean, when Facebook... On an individual level, because they've got the capability of doing that now with the computers, right?
	Absolutely.
	In fact, when Facebook was admitted, it got leaked to the Business Insider that they were discussing, was that if you said the name Alex Jones, you could be banned.
	And they were literally going to start banning terms.
	Not just banning people, but banning ideas, banning terms altogether.
	Well, it actually happened right after the August 6th, you know, across the board, as they all conspired together to shut down InfoWars, you had a... It was purely a coincidence.
	The timing was purely coincidental.
	That's all.
	But you had a live, just to illustrate it, you had on YouTube, you had a left-wing millennial group that was talking about Alex Jones, and they were actually supporting YouTube's banning of Alex Jones, but because they used Alex Jones's name, they got their stream cut down in mid-broadcast, and they were taken off.
	They got their channel taken off.
	And so then they went on Twitter and said, what's going on?
	And Twitter said, oh, that's right, you're left-wing.
	OK, we'll put you back on.
	And in the interim, they were saying, well, maybe Alex Jones is right!
	And then, of course, two months later we had 800 different media outlets, not all of them conservative, not all of them Trump supporters.
	They all opposed the military industrial establishment, you know, the kind of the center that's there with the Democrats and Republicans.
	They would oppose a police state, continual wars, but 800 different outlets two months later.
	Precisely.
	In fact, that's the unifying theme.
	You're seeing people on both the left and the right, but if they're anti-establishment, if they raise questions about the permanent war state, if they raise questions about the permanent surveillance state, if they raise questions about statism as a solution to all problems, they're the ones targeted and they're the ones suppressed, regardless of where their politics are.
	And ultimately, it won't stop there.
	They're going to keep going and keep going.
	And what you're seeing is, not only is the goal deplatforming, Uh, to allow defamation to take place against them, but not allow them to sue for defamation themselves.
	Uh, but also to ultimately imprison them.
	I mean, that's basically what Armand Moore said.
	She said, you know, why is she asking the FBI director to shut it down?
	There's only one thing that means.
	The only power the FBI has is to lock people up.
	That's right.
	I want the FBI to lock up people exercising their First Amendment rights.
	What she's saying is, they said lock her up, so you should lock them up for saying lock her up.
	I mean, the irony of that is just beyond any degree of parody.
	We've reached a place of satire that's beyond the onion.
	The onion can't even do headlines anymore that are funny because it's a CNN headline instead.
	So it's just extraordinary and dangerous.
	And of course, Comey may not want to use those terms, lock them up, right at this point, from a personal standpoint.
	Yes, no doubt about that.
	But you know, we're talking about, you said, if they're going to have these different organizations that are going to validate whether something is real or hateful or whatever, of course they're going to go to CNN, they'll go to somebody like you said, like Christiane Amapour, and Mark Zuckerberg's already talking about that.
	You know, he wants to have, he wants to promote what he calls high-quality content.
	He's going to give them a different set of rules when it comes to the election than he is anybody else.
	It's independent media.
	You know, Fox, CNN, MSNBC, they will have, they'll be considered to be high-quality content.
	He will pay them for their content, he will push their content, and then he will purge the content of other people.
	Precisely.
	I mean, it's amazing.
	All of these organizations, Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, and YouTube is called YouTube for a reason, was designed to promote what Jack at Twitter said was the free speech wing of the Free Speech Party.
	This is going to be pure freedom, pure expression, no limitations beyond that which is already prohibited by criminal laws.
	You know, stalking is already prohibited, harassing is already prohibited.
	Certain kinds of pornography is already prohibited.
	Certain kinds of obscenity is already prohibited.
	So it was supposed to be pure First Amendment protected law and protected speech.
	And instead they're using it.
	Once they realized their platforms couldn't be just used for Obama, I think they always thought, hey, it's only going to be the Obama left that can use this to assist them.
	When they realized the Trumpist right could use them, when they realized Infowars could use them, it was, oh my goodness, we need to get back into mommy censor mode and start controlling what people think.
	Because they realize in an open debate, they can't win.
	If people have both sides, hear all sides, they end up deciding things different than what they want them to decide.
	And so it's, we need to, in order to control thought, we need to control speech, we need to control expression, we need to control press, we need to manipulate it, we need to manipulate its monetization, we need to manipulate its searches.
	So you're going to see, different people are going to see different things on their Facebook page.
	Different people are going to see different things on their Twitter feed.
	Solely based on them knowing who you are and trying to manipulate your thoughts and votes based on it.

	You guys at the FBI allowed them to say, lock her up?
	You should have shut that down.
	The rest of those, you should have locked them up, you know?
	It's like, no, no, no.
	But it gets worse than that, because that is really, as Robert pointed out, the juncture Between free speech and free press, right there, and what she's talking about.
	And of course we know that CNN hates a free press.
	They have been the tip of the spear in trying to stop free press.
	And we can see why.
	Because look at the way they've collapsed.
	There was a story up on the Drudge Report about how all of CNN's big talk shows combined are a million views less than Tucker alone, Tucker Carlson.
	So they are in ratings collapse.
	Donald Trump Jr.
	said this whole Russiagate thing was a business model for them and for MSNBC and they've lost that business model.
	They're very desperate to try to push their lives and shut down anybody telling the truth.
	So we got more to say about what's going on with Facebook because of course that obviously is Coming at both the free press and your free speech.

	Alright, let's talk a little bit more about Facebook.
	Now, I want to talk briefly about this Equality Act that's being pushed by Jerry Nadler and others.
	I think they're trying to claw back what they lost in the Supreme Court in that Masterpiece Bake Shop case.
	But, you know, we're talking about Zuckerberg.
	It just came out.
	They took a pretty big hit on their stock because they found millions of Facebook records, private records, on the Amazon cloud servers.
	Now, as that information is coming out, Robert, We've got a story here from RT saying that new users are saying that if you set up a new Facebook account, they want not only your email, but they want your private password to your email.
	Exactly.
	They want complete control.
	I mean, part of their messenger app was really to take over and replace people's private personal emails and text messages so that they could then have complete access to both your internal phones and your private email accounts.
	And the amazing thing is they're doing this right after getting caught releasing 500 million people's accounts on an Amazon account that anybody could have accessed, including passwords that would have allowed them to access other information.
	Oh, yeah.
	Now it's up to millions.
	Oh, absolutely.
	Probably the initial discovery was about a half a million.
	Now it's more than... Oh yeah, the last report I heard was actually 500 million accounts that were up.
	Wow.
	So it's extraordinary that the... and this has been repeated with Facebook.
	They've had multiple breaches.
	They were sharing information illicitly with third parties and private parties.
	One of the great myths was that all these social media networks were free.
	Because they weren't free.
	You were paying in your personal information.
	It's one of the things that blockchain has a potential to protect is your ability to control your own personal information in the future and that's why Facebook's doing these kind of activities.
	They want to preclude blockchain technology from being able to protect your privacy because it's monetizing your privacy that makes their money and and allows their alliance and allegiance with the deep state and surveillance networks of the governments of different governments around the world including China's government to function.
	And if they can't do that, then they're really out of business.
	That's the real reason why the government's backed them up the way they do.
	It's the real reason why they get private backing the way they do, because that's their ultimate profit source and that's their ultimate state support.
	You know, the thing that always surprises me is how freaked out the left gets about the fact that Facebook is monetizing information with corporations.
	You know, I understand it's a violation of your privacy, but if they send stuff to somebody that says, hey look, you know, he's looking at cars, okay, that doesn't really harm me if they start sending me ads about cars.
	But if they're sharing this information with the government, Then you've got the Chinese model where they say, well we don't like your politics or maybe we don't like your religion or something else about you that we don't like and we are going to lock you down so you won't even be able to use transportation.
	We're going to own all the transportation in the future as well.
	So the government has the capability of really leveling some horrendous authoritarian, totalitarian tactics to enforce this on you and yet you don't see the left really complaining about that aspect of it.
	Precisely.
	The left is so focused on corporate concentrated power that they're missing the state surveillance that's taking place.
	They're missing the censorship that's taking place.
	And in part, it's because the left is divided.
	The current left has some old classical liberals in the sort of Dave Rubin model, who are more libertarian oriented, free speech oriented.
	Some of your old school lefties like Alan Dershowitz, Professor Dershowitz, Professor Turley at George Washington, who understand the free speech issues implicated by this.
	Whereas they're so focused on restricting the free market that they're not focused on how free speech interacts with the free market.
	And they worry about the free market in terms of the corporations having monopoly power that allows them to monetize people's private information, but they're not paying attention to how the corporate monopolies are actually trying to suppress, censor, and control and monopolize speech.
	In the public square, the de facto public square, which is what social media is today.
	Yeah.
	Oh, they've actually said it.
	The public square is our business model.
	Jack Dorsey said it eight times.
	You've had Facebook say that as well?
	Absolutely.
	I mean, that was their whole pitch.
	They were able to get a monetary and competitive economic advantage by saying, we're going to be the free speech wing of the free speech party.
	And now they've used that monopoly advantage to try to control, censor, and shame speech.
	With all kinds of manipulative techniques and designs, including algorithm designs that change your Twitter feed, algorithm designs that change your Facebook news feed, algorithm, that's what Zuckerberg's article is about today, is please give me state sanction and state support for doing what I've been doing the last several years, which included using Southern Poverty Law Center as a key filter.
	A group that's now been outed by the left.
	They had all kinds of racist activities, sexist activities, chauvinistic activities.
	One of the key lawyers that founded the S.B.L.C.
	was a lawyer who used to represent Klansmen.
	So back in the early 1960s, he was like, oh, now the money's on the other side, so I'll flip to the other side.
	That's right.
	The only thing he did during the Civil Rights Movement was defend the Ku Klux Klan in Birmingham.
	I did a report on that six years ago, and there were a few people on the left who said, hey, they're just nothing but a bunch of scam artists looking for money.
	But that was not the majority report until these latest revelations that came out.
	But let's get back to Facebook, because this op-ed piece they did for the Washington Post, in it we can see the cooperative move between Facebook, give me ability, give me some monetary rewards here.
	So he wants legal immunity.
	Okay, and I'll push your agenda.
	And what is the government agenda for control?
	Well, he wants worldwide rules, worldwide governance of speech, and of course he wants to participate in writing those rules, okay, but really he's going to be compliant to a world government as long as he can make money off of this and have legal immunity.
	Precisely.
	It's a combination of what you're seeing happen in the way some courts are interpreting defamation and libel laws, what you're seeing happening in the big tech space, what you're seeing Zuckerberg ask for, is let's only allow state-supported, state-sanctioned speech.
	Yes.
	Let's only allow state-supported, state-sanctioned media.
	Nobody else should be allowed to have a voice.
	If they do, they should be deplatformed, they should be bankrupted with litigation, they should be, according to Armand Poore, put into prison.
	So that's ultimately the goal and the objective, and it's to use the disguise of saying, well, we don't want fake news, and we don't want harassment, and we don't want hate speech, as their excuse to go in and control all speech, control all press.
	And it's the biggest imminent direct threat to democracy today, particularly in the United States, but around the world, is this Chinese model of Facebook control, social media control, of the entire public square of both the press and speech for ordinary individuals.
	And the future of free press and free speech in America and the world is going to be based upon how we react and how we handle these items.
	And the fact that you get some Republicans taking the bait by saying, well, I was harassed and defamed, so now I want a special regulatory administrative board to govern, is a mistake.
	Because that's going right down the path they want to go to.
	They want to find different pretexts and premises to be able to control speech, because they've always wanted to control speech.
	In fact, going back to the left, half of the left today is of the statist model.
	They look at the eras of communist control and the era of Catholic Inquisition church control, and they see that as a model.
	They don't see that as something to be fearful of, as to be worried about, as to how that led to the repression and suppression of humanity across the board.
	Because free speech leads to free markets, which leads to free press, which leads to a free public.
	A free population, which leads to a wide expansion of liberties and a wide range of contact.
	Whenever we restricted it or restrained it, the effect has been bad and detrimental for all of humanity in areas beyond the public and political sphere.
	Oh yeah, absolutely.
	I mean, I just saw an article today.
	People were comparing what is happening in China, what they're doing.
	So many people imprisoned in concentration camps and they're dying there.
	They're having to cremate them and say, hey, this is looking like the Third Reich being recreated.
	Yeah, exactly.
	We're out of time.
	I didn't even get a chance to get to the Equality Act.
