	And we have the left, which is always complaining about, oh, the children are being separated.
	Are these really their parents?
	Are they recklessly endangering these children?
	The Border Patrol agents are there pleading with them not to do that to their kids.
	And yet, here in America, as I've pointed out many times, we have our own government taking the children of American citizens, mostly black, American Indian, people of color, but poor is the common denominator.
	People who cannot afford to get good legal representation.
	Having their property taken, just like we see having their, not having their property, having their children taken, just like we see them having their property taken with civil asset forfeiture.
	Well, just call it, you know, CPS child forfeiture.
	That's what's happening without due process.
	We've got an individual today joining us to tell us his heart-wrenching story about what happened in his family and how this can happen to you.
	It is a cautionary tale, folks.
	Even if you have money, With an out-of-control bureaucracy.
	If you don't have really sharp representation, you can spend a lot of money on a lawyer and they can do a lousy job and you can still lose your children.
	It's absolutely amazing what is being done to American children in America and the Democrats don't care at all about that.
	Not at all.
	As a matter of fact, we can trace this back to a bill that was pushed through with the aid of Hillary Clinton when her husband was president.
	Yeah, it takes a village, doesn't it?
	It takes a village to take your child and then to put it in a system that abuses them.
	Eighty percent of them having problems like sexual abuse, sexual assault, Having problems with crime, becoming convicted criminals, getting into the system as criminals, eventually many of them committing suicide, getting addicted to drugs, all this stuff is happening to these kids.
	About 80% of them fall into one of those categories.
	We don't care about that, because those are Americans.
	Americans are filth, right?
	We don't care about that.
	We want people from other countries.
	We're going to talk about people who are here in this country as well.
	And what is happening to them as this violence that we see across the border is now spilling into America.
	We've got a situation in Mexico where a group of two squad cars full of Mexican police, 11 police officers, captured by the drug cartels.
	They were outmanned, outgunned, kept kidnapped for several hours, beaten the entire time.
	You've got about 150 murders, I think it was, in March in Tijuana.
	They have 514 so far for the year.
	Do we want that kind of violence to spill over into America?
	And again, where is it happening?
	First, it's happening in the Hispanic communities.
	Just like we see, as I've talked many times, about the father who fled El Salvador to get away from MS-13.
	Thought he'd get away!
	So I'm going to leave El Salvador, I'm not even going to stay in the southern part of the United States, not even going to go to L.A.
	where they nurtured MS-13 into a national organization that now has a very big presence everywhere.
	So he takes his kid up to New York, to Long Island, and MS-13 murders his child there.
	He said, I thought we got away from them.
	No, you don't get away from them if we don't have a border.
	And we have the Border Patrol, I would say, as they're now being called on and the Democrats are saying they just aren't doing enough to help all these sick people coming across the border, all these children.
	So, you know, we've got to have more doctors and nurses here at the border.
	Not more Border Patrol.
	So instead of Border Patrol, or we could turn it, now the Border Patrol is actually being turned into a welfare agency.
	So I guess we should stop calling them ICE.
	We should stop calling them Border Patrol.
	We should call them Doctors Without Borders.
	That's got a familiar ring to it.
	Where have I heard that before?
	Doctors Without Borders.

	It's April the 3rd, Year of Our Lord 2019.
	Today we're going to be talking about child separation.
	Not the child separation the Democrats want to talk about.
	We're going to talk about the child separation that they created.
	The problem that they created.
	And we got a lot of people on the left who have pointed this out as well.
	It goes back to legislation that was pushed by Hillary Clinton.
	It was supposed to help children, help adoption and so forth.
	But what it has turned CPSN2 is a kidnapping agency.
	And I've talked many times to Dwight Mitchell, who had his children kidnapped.
	One of his children kidnapped.
	And spent a long time trying to get them back.
	First he thought it was just him.
	Then he realized that it was a pretty widespread situation there in his area.
	Then he realized it was a national problem.
	He's been on many times talking about how it typically comes after poor people, typically black or American Indians.
	They're the ones who are targeted because they're least likely to be able to fight this in court.
	The same thing that happens with civil asset forfeiture.
	We have embraced as part of the war on drugs the idea that the government can charge inanimate objects with committing a crime, violating the drug war, and therefore they can seize that.
	And it is a civil process, which means that you don't get a day in court.
	They can take your property without convicting you because this is civil, not criminal, they say.
	So you don't get a, they don't wait for a conviction.
	As a matter of fact, they don't even charge you with a crime.
	They charge your property with a crime.
	And then if you want to get it back because it's civil, Then there is no presumption of innocence.
	There is no due process.
	You have to sue them in court.
	And the same thing is now happening with our children.
	Will that wake up people to how we have had our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, absolutely shredded?
	Quite frankly, if you look at the Constitution It's all just administrative issues.
	I understand there was some good ideas in it to try to separate power, to try to keep all this power from being consolidated in Washington.
	That ship has sailed now.
	The founders of this country looked at the Roman Empire.
	And they said, well, we don't want that.
	We want the Roman Republic.
	But we crossed that Rubicon a long time ago.
	We became a Roman Empire.
	And they tried to keep that from happening.
	But the key part of the Constitution, the part that we cannot lose track of, is the Bill of Rights that is based on the theory of government laid out in the Declaration of Independence.
	I as a human being, you as a human being, possess certain inalienable rights Natural rights.
	Rights from our Creator.
	You know, that's one of the issues that we're going to talk about Joe Biden because Joe Biden doesn't just have a problem kissing women.
	Joe Biden kissed Ukraine in a very corrupt way.
	He had intimate relations with the government of Ukraine and that is what needs to be exposed with Joe Biden.
	But they're upset with him and this is why his opponents are focusing on the Creepy Joe aspects.
	Because they're using that as part of the Me Too stuff and they're going to take it back.
	They've already talked about the Clarence Thomas hearings.
	They're angry at Biden because he ran those hearings.
	They believe that he didn't support the baseless allegations of Anita Hill against Clarence Thomas strongly enough.
	And so they're upset with him.
	So they're going to fold this back in.
	They're just laying the groundwork now here.
	They're preparing it.
	The coup de grace is going to be when they tie all of these claims about Sexual harassment back to the Anita Hill thing.
	See, if this guy's been this way all his life, that's what they're going to say.
	But I got upset with Joe Biden when he started haranguing Clarence Thomas about natural rights.
	I said, what has this country come to when believing in the principles of the Declaration of Independence is a disqualification for somebody in the Supreme Court?
	Ask yourself that.
	And ask yourself if we have any justices besides left, besides Clarence Thomas, that do support natural law and natural rights.
	And that is the situation that we're in now.
	So I look at this story that was on Drudge Report about the Harris County judge who accidentally resigns.
	He was on the job for three months and, you know, just like most these people, as soon as they get elected, like You know, so many of these Senators, immediately they get elected, and immediately, I'm going for President.
	Well, this guy gets put in as a judge in the county, and immediately he says, I'm going to run for Supreme Court of Texas.
	How's that?
	You know, I'm not happy with this job.
	I've already got my sights set on the next one.
	So he's been in the job for three months, he wants to move up to the Supreme Court.
	The problem is that according to the Constitution here in Texas, Article 16, Section 65, That if you announce your candidacy for another office, if you're a county judge and you announce your candidacy for another office, that is an automatic resignation.
	Oh gee, this judge didn't know, say the county commissioners, who are all Democrats like he is.
	Let's cut him a break because he's our friend.
	And he's a judge.
	He shouldn't be expected to know the law.
	And then they come up.
	We all make mistakes.
	Judges are human.
	This wouldn't be the first time a judge makes a mistake.
	I know.
	I know.
	Usually the judge mistakes ruin our lives, don't they?
	Make him wear this.
	And why are we bowing down to these people who don't know and don't care what the law is?
	They just want political office.
	That's the bottom line with this story, folks.
	Now take a look at it on the Drudge Report.
	He's ignorant about the law.
	He should be excused because of his ignorance, and all he cares about is his political career.
	And that's just fine.
	Because, you know, we all make mistakes.
	So let's cut him a deal.
	Because the Constitution also allows the county commissioners to say, we want to keep this guy until we have a special election.
	So they've got it all taken care of.
	They will protect their own.
	They will not protect you.
	But folks, when we look at the border, and we're going to take a look at the border coming up here.
	We look at the border, we look at Obamacare, which is based on a bunch of lying prevarications from the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
	When we look at how we get into this situation, we got judges who are trying to shut down everything that President Trump does to protect the border, things that he has clear authority to do under the Constitution.
	President Trump, you need to tell these judges you don't know the law any more than this Harris County judge does.
	You've made your opinion known.
	Let's see you enforce it.
	That's what Andrew Jackson said to the Supreme Court.
	They did a complete 180 in one year.
	And they said, well, now you can't do this.
	And again, I don't agree with what Andrew Jackson was doing.
	Andrew Jackson, the policy revolved around the Cherokee Indian Nation.
	Forcefully removing them from their home in the North Carolina, Georgia mountains and shipping them into Oklahoma.
	It was a wrong policy, but he had the authority to do it.
	And if we don't have the rule of law, if we don't recognize that there are divisions of power, then as I pointed out yesterday, we don't even know how many federal judges there are.
	When you try to ask one of these lawyers, you know, you ask a lawyer a question, well, that depends, is the answer you always get.
	That depends.
	How do you define a federal judge?
	By one definition, we've got about 1,700.
	By another definition, we've probably got about 3,600.
	I don't know the exact number, and I don't know the exact definition of a federal judge, but any of these clowns pretend that they can shut down a lawful order from the president That he has authority under the Constitution to do, that he has a duty under the Constitution to do, to protect this country's borders.
	They claim that they can shut that down.
	So if you've got 3,600 judges, and we're going to pretend that any of them can blackball a presidential action, then we're done.
	We're done.
	Why are we bowing down to these judges?
	You know, we've got a Berkeley Law School Dean writing an op-ed piece saying that Trump's executive order is unconstitutional.
	Well, there you go!
	See?
	He can't...
	It's unconstitutional, he says, for President Trump to say we're going to have free speech in America if we subsidize your university.
	Let me tell you what's unconstitutional.
	Subsidizing the universities is unconstitutional.
	It's not the free speech order.
	It's subsidizing the universities.
	They're nothing but seminaries for socialism.
	Yeah, it is a religion, folks.
	And why are we subsidizing these people, especially these people at Berkeley?

	Let's talk about what's going on in Berkeley.
	Perhaps they don't teach much of anything there.
	This is the Berkeley Law School.
	Clearly they don't understand the meaning of irony.
	Or hypocrisy, I guess is maybe more accurate.
	Because what these people are saying is that for President Trump to have an executive order saying you will allow free speech or you will have your government grants taken from you, they're saying this is unconstitutional.
	And this is an op-ed By two administrators from the University of California, very high up.
	One of them is the Chancellor of the University of California, Irvine.
	The other one is the Dean of the Berkeley Law School.
	They say the order is so vague and ambiguous it makes compliance by colleges and universities extremely difficult and it is certainly, almost certainly, unconstitutional.
	Well, these are the same people who would tell you that the First Amendment is vague and ambiguous and that his compliance is virtually impossible, right?
	It's absolutely amazing to me the prevarications that these lawyers, especially these socialist lawyers, will go through with all of this.
	And then talk about hypocrisy.
	The University of California System President, folks, is now Janet Napolitano.
	Do you remember who Janet Napolitano was?
	Well, she was Obama's Department of Homeland Security Chief.
	She was in charge of DHS.
	And while she was there, she gave us the executive order that said I'm going to defer action on childhood arrivals.
	DACA.
	In other words, I'm not going to enforce the laws of the United States.
	I know I swore that I would uphold the laws of the United States when I took office.
	I know I swore I would uphold the Constitution, but I don't care about the First Amendment, and I don't care about enforcing immigration laws, and I'm not going to do it.
	And she put out her statement, and that became an executive order.
	And so now, as president of the University of California system, she says that an executive order is unnecessary.
	Unnecessary.
	Because, you know, they do such a good job of supporting free speech and dissent at Berkeley.
	Do they really?
	You know, we look at this, one of the things that they said in their op-ed piece, this guy who was, again, this was the Chancellor of the University of California, Irvine, and the Dean of the Berkeley Law School.
	And they said, there is no crisis concerning free speech on campus in the United States.
	That's what they said.
	Well, Berkeley itself is Exhibit A.
	But they said, Berkeley's policies are open to all ideas and views.
	Lying hypocrites.
	When President Trump signed this order, he had with him Hayden Williams, an employee of Campus Reform's Parent Organization Leadership Institute, had him there at the signing because he was punched in the face in February on that campus.
	We've had It's not just conservatives either.
	Mainly conservatives that they don't respect.
	You had the riots in 2017 because Milo was going to be appearing there.
	But it's not just conservatives.
	You had Berkeley students.
	Remember they were sitting there in a protest and you had campus cops just spray pepper spray in their face at close range.
	They don't respect free speech from any quadrant at Berkeley and yet here you have The president of the entire university system, and then you have the president of, you know, the law school there in Berkeley and everything, telling everybody this is not a problem, and then patting themselves on the back for how they support free speech.
	Our long-standing, unequivocal support for freedom of expression.
	That's what they put in their op-ed piece.
	Absolutely amazing.
	Now let me tell you, you know, the Constitution is very clear.
	These lawyers pretend they don't know, and quite frankly they may be as stupid as this judge in Harris County, Texas, Houston, Texas.
	Who doesn't know that when he announces his political ambitions, because that's what he's all about, that he automatically resigned on the Texas Constitution.
	But of course the laws won't apply to him.
	What is unconstitutional?
	Is the federal government's taxpayer subsidy of these universities, which are nothing but seminaries for socialism, seminaries for communism, that is the religion that they've been selling everybody.
	You know, pushing all of this white skin privilege agenda from Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground for decades to people.
	Why are we supporting this?
	There is no constitutional authority for the federal government to give money to any universities.
	That's what the discussion should be about, not whether or not the universities are doing a good job in supporting the First Amendment.
	They aren't, quite obviously.
	Even the casual observer, especially at Berkeley, can understand that.
	But then we look at what's going on at George Washington University.
	They voted, the student body there voted.
	You think I'm exaggerating when I say that these places are seminaries for socialism, for communism, for revolution?
	They're pushing revolt and they're being taught that our American system is revolting and they should destroy it.
	And here's an example of it.
	They voted to get rid of the mascot.
	Take a look at that mascot there.
	It was a cartoon version of George Washington.
	With a tri-corner hat and GW on it.
	And they want to get rid of General Washington.
	They voted to remove and replace George Washington as a mascot of George Washington University.
	This is what we are subsidizing at the federal level.
	And folks, it's the federal subsidies that have made tuition unaffordable.
	If you want to see more of something, you subsidize it.
	If you want to have absolutely no price competition, no market accountability, then you just lavish money on it from the federal government.
	They have that magic money theory now, right?
	The MMT.
	They call it Modern Monetary Theory.
	But it is the magic money theory.
	You just shower down cash on everybody and everything.
	But there is no authority for us to support the universities.
	It's made college degrees unaffordable, it has destroyed reason, and it is the foundation of the destruction of our country, and that's one example right there.
	Now they want to remove and replace George Washington, but they don't want to remove and replace Obamacare.
	And this is made very clear, not only by President Trump, You know, President Trump came out over the weekend and said, we're not going to do it now.
	We're going to do it as part of the election.
	You know, we're going to save that.
	We're going to keep that crisis.
	Don't let any crisis, including our health crisis, go to waste.
	Right?
	So let's keep that there.
	It's a wedge issue we can use to get Republicans to vote for us yet again.
	We're going to promise them yet again that we're going to get rid of the socialist health care system, the mandates and so forth.
	And then Mitch McConnell comes out after President Trump says, not now, but soon.
	And we're going to make a part of the election.
	Mitch McConnell comes out and says, not ever.
	Not ever.
	McConnell says to Trump, we're not repealing and replacing Obamacare.
	No, we're just going to get rid of George Washington.
	We'll repeal and replace George Washington as a mascot.
	We'll repeal and replace the idea of choice.
	You know, we ought to take all of those slogans that the Democrats use to cover up the infanticide.
	You know, talking about, it's my body, my choice.
	We ought to start talking about that when it comes to healthcare because it really is my body, my choice.

	I don't want Trumpcare.
	I don't want Obamacare or McConnellcare.

	Let's talk a little bit about health care.
	Or maybe we should call it health scare.
	It's now become a political football that both sides use to scare us into their camp.
	Oh, you got to vote for the Democrats because, you know, they're going to give you Medicare for all or Trump is going to get rid of the Obama care mandates.
	Oh, no, that's not on the agenda anymore.
	Instead, we have something that is going to be less expensive and more usable.
	Are you kidding me?
	And even that is a no starter for Mitch McConnell.
	Mitch McConnell comes out and says, nope, not doing that.
	Not going to make it more usable or more affordable.
	You know, it's called the Affordable Care Act.
	We know that it's not affordable at any level under any circumstances.
	So then the Democrats, after coming out with affordable health care, they come out with Medicare for all.
	Don't worry about the, you know, 60 trillion dollars it's going to cost or whatever.
	No problem.
	We don't care about affordability anymore.
	You know, we look at this.
	And, as I said yesterday, I don't want government-run health care lite.
	I don't want a cheaper, more usable version of socialism than the Democrats offer.
	And this has now become the Trump policy that he's pushing out there.
	But that's not enough for Mitch McConnell.
	Mitch McConnell says, nope, not repealing, not replacing, not changing anything.
	And we can see this happening for a long time.
	President Trump, you know, he has again, you can say, well, if the Congress doesn't do anything about this, I just talked about last week, I said, oh, this might be it.
	Maybe finally, We've got with the exit of Rod Rosenstein and some of the cabal around him at the Department of Justice and with the lower court victories saying there is no tax if there is no penalty for complying and the whole basis Of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, switching his opinion at the last minute and saying, it's a tax, therefore the whole thing can be done.
	All the mandates to buy private insurance and everything from their corporate sponsors, that can be done because we're going to call it a tax.
	Well, now the penalty is gone, therefore there is no tax.
	And the whole basis of that lie from John Roberts is gone.
	And the Department of Justice said, we're not going to appeal that decision.
	You had a Texas judge say, therefore, since the penalty is gone, the tax is gone, the basis for Obamacare is gone, end of story!
	You can't separate these other parts out.
	The Department of Justice says, yeah, he's right.
	It should be over at this point.
	Trump should declare victory and end it.
	Instead, he comes out and says, well, let's talk about making it a little bit more efficient.
	It's a pure political move of pandering to the center.
	And doing exactly the opposite of what President Trump said he was going to do.
	You know, President Trump had, when he ran for office, and you'll have to go to the Wayback Machine to actually see the detailed plan.
	He had a plan, everybody's talking about Andrew Yang, oh this is great, this guy's got such detailed policies to solve all of our problems and so forth.
	Well the big problem was that the government had Taking control of a large part of our economy, a vital issue of freedom to each and every one of us, and that is our body.
	The Democrats want to say they're pro-choice?
	Have them eat their own slogans on Obamacare.
	My body, my choice.
	It really does apply.
	It's not what we're talking about with abortion because there's another body involved there.
	There's some body else in that equation.
	But when it comes to health care, it really is my body, my choice.
	And we ought to throw all these slogans at him.
	Get your laws off my body, Obamacare.
	We ought to say, get your insurance donors out of my wallet.
	Get your mandates out of my life.
	Get your bureaucracy out of medicine.
	I don't want this controlled.
	From Washington.
	I don't want a kinder, gentler version of Obamacare, which is what President Trump is offering, and Mitch McConnell is saying, nope, not even doing that.
	We're going to stay where we are.
	As I said, President Trump, when he was running for office, had an amazingly detailed proposal that somebody else obviously wrote.
	Not him.
	I don't know if he ever read it.
	Because he certainly doesn't seem to believe it, and he hasn't referred to it at all.
	But they gave us, just to break this down, they gave us competition instead of these mandates that we're seeing out there, right?
	They gave us competition.
	They gave us choice.
	They gave us information about the quality of the health care providers.
	They were going to take down the artificial barriers that prevented competition across state lines.
	You know, that's what the Commerce Clause is really about.
	But just as we see with this nonsense from the universities, you know, they turn everything inside out and upside down.
	So, you know, you have the people, the law.
	The dean of the law school at Berkeley said, there's no free speech.
	Oh, but you know, what they're doing is allegedly free speech.
	Well, we don't need any executive orders about free speech.
	We need free tuition, right?
	Not just subsidies.
	They want all college to be free to everybody because they are.
	That's where they radicalize the majority of people that go there.
	Not everybody gets radicalized.
	They didn't radicalize me.
	Well, they didn't radicalize me in the direction they wanted me to go.
	For some of us, it backfires, and you make radicals of us for liberty, not for socialism.
	But, when we look at what we're talking about here, President Trump needs to go with the Justice Department on this.
	We've already won this argument.
	The legal foundations of Obamacare have been destroyed.
	The only thing keeping it together is political opportunism.
	By President Trump, by Mitch McConnell, by the Republicans.
	It is gutless, folks.
	It's the same thing we see here with the wall.
	You know, going back to what they taught me in college in physics, you know what the definition of work in physics is?
	It's force times displacement.
	And if you push all day on a brick wall and you don't move it, You haven't done any work, right?
	You can expend a tremendous amount of force, but if there's no movement, no displacement, you haven't done anything.
	Let's talk about what that looks like in politics.
	You can expend all kinds of political jammer and talk and force and capital on a wall, but if you don't actually push it to the spot, physically put it there, physically build it, you haven't done any work.
	Same principle that we see from the laws of physics.
	It's the law of reality applied to the border.
	Which is why I go back to this article from the week cautioning people about idolizing politicians.
	You saw it on the Drudge Report.
	Don't idolize your 2020 pick.
	People showing up to the Beto O'Rourke rally.
	Robert O'Rourke.
	I'm sorry.
	I called him Beto.
	I'm sorry.
	Robert O'Rourke.
	You know, as Vanity Fair says, he was just born to be it.
	Others say, Beto is our Christ.
	See, he's this messianic figure that they've turned him into.
	And they say, well, you know, he's not the first one to do this.
	Let's not do this to our politicians.

	I'd never seen that happen before.

	Look, President Trump is right on a lot of issues.
	And I support him on those issues.
	And he's made a big difference.
	And he is not Hillary Clinton.
	Hillary Clinton was wrong on everything.
	Very dangerous.
	But there's so much, like healthcare, that Trump is now caved on.
	Like the border that he is now caved on.
	And we have to hold his feet to the fire.
	He is not a messiah.
	He is not the only one who can get anything done.
	And we have to not buy into this mentality that we saw and mocked when the supporters of Obama did it.
	That we look at and we mock, rightfully so, when the supporters of Beto do it.
	And we must not fall into that trap either.
	The idea that he alone can fix our system.
	Well, if that's true, we're done.
	Because he ain't fixing it, and he isn't going to be here forever.
	And I don't see anybody rising up to do anything about it.
	Even his own base won't criticize him, or push him along, encourage him to do what he said he was going to do.
	And if we won't do it at the grassroots level, certainly he's not going to hand it to us on a silver platter.

	One more thing about government health scare as we see this being used for political advantage.
	I've commented many times about how Mitt Romney was put in place as a hedge.
	You know the Wall Street guys, they understand hedge funds, right?
	They're going to make money whether the market goes up or goes down because they've got a fallback position, right?
	Well, Mitt Romney was the fallback position for the government taking over your health care.
	He had already done it in Massachusetts with Ted Kennedy.

	And guess who's involved in it?
	Mitt Romney.

	And he wasn't Speaker of the House, he'd just been a congressman.
	You know, they elevated him to be the running mate.
	They elevated him later to be the Speaker of the House.
	They knew that Romney and Ryan were going to put through Obamacare even if something weird happened and Barack Obama didn't get re-elected.
	That was their hedge position.
	And now, now we've got Mitt Romney involved in Trumpcare.
	I am disgusted with this.
	Let me tell you what the problem is, what President Trump is blind to.
	The problem is Not that the Affordable Health Care Act is not affordable.
	That is not the problem, President Trump.
	The problem is a sovereignty issue.
	I am sovereign over my own health decisions.
	And to make this more profitable for the insurance companies, or to make it lower premiums for us, or whatever, that does nothing to solve the sovereignty issue.
	It's the same blind spot that President Trump has on NAFTA.
	NAFTA is not just a bad deal.
	It is a sovereignty-destroying deal.
	We have turned over management of our economy to a third party that doesn't have our interests involved.
	Take a look at what NAFTA has done over the last 25 years.
	It wasn't just a bad deal.
	It was a bad design that took away our sovereignty.
	Obamacare is not just unaffordable.
	It is a bad design that takes away our individual sovereignty.
	And when we go through and we look at these things, you reinvent NAFTA 2.0 and you come up with the USMCA.
	It is not an issue of doing a better deal for the dairy industry.
	The question is whether some supranational organization is going to control our economy.
	That is what these people are about.
	They want to create a trade bloc, a sovereign political bloc with North America.
	And they want to do the same thing with Europe.
	That's what the European Union is about.
	And after they consolidate those two, consolidate Europe, then they're going to join us together In a world government.
	First it'll be a world trade organization.
	And that's why they had the TPP.
	I thought President Trump understood that.
	He shut down the TPP on day one.
	But maybe he was just looking at it.
	Not a good deal.
	I don't want to work with China.
	I'm going to handle China in a different way.
	Maybe he doesn't understand the plan.
	He should go back and read what Zbigniew Brzezinski said.
	It's the tri-lateral approach.
	We create three spheres of sovereignty.
	First by economic union in North America, in Europe, in Asia.
	And then we join those together.
	How do they do that?
	Again, starting with trade and then moving to political union.
	And so we look at the Trans-Atlantic Partnership Agreement, and we look at the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, The United States was going to be the center spine, if you think of it as a bird or a butterfly, you know, we were going to be the body of this thing and we would join the one side together and join the other side together.
	You know, hands across the water, hands across the sea, TPP, Trans-Pacific Partnership, and the Trans-Atlantic Partnership, we get those things together.
	Now we've got a World Trade Organization here that's starting to get its own sovereignty.
	It's got control of the economy.
	It's a short move to get political consolidation into a world government.
	It's the sovereignty issue.
	You know, I go back, it's so frustrating because I can look at President Trump's plan that was there, that's no longer there, the way back plan that he had.
	You know, as I said before, it had competition, it had choice, it had consumer empowerment.
	Instead of competition, we get mandates.
	Instead of choice, we get a government-operated exchange.
	It's not a marketplace.
	And instead of consumer empowerment, where you keep your own dollars and you make your own purchasing decisions, instead we get subsidies.
	And how'd they get those subsidies?
	They illegally, unlawfully, unconstitutionally, unethically stole them from people who had bought into government-backed mortgages.
	This whole thing is a scam.

	I want you to hear what happened to him personally and understand the risk that you and your family and your loved ones are at because we have jettisoned The idea that there are any protections to due process that are listed in the Constitution.
	You know, I look at this.
	I'm reminded that China has a great Constitution on paper.
	On paper.
	And as George W. Bush is reported to have said about the Constitution by people who say that they were there, it's just a damn piece of paper.
	And we are reminded of that on a daily basis.
	And I want to tell you what this looks like when the government takes your children.
	We're going to have an interview with Michael Chambers, who is still fighting to get his children back.
	We're going to tell you what it really looks like when government separates children from their real parents.
	You know, it's happening at the border.
	You've got parents subjecting their kids to extremely dangerous situations, trying to cross the border illegally.
	Why are they doing that?
	Well, we're going to talk about that as well.
	Is it really a push from Guatemala?
	Or is it in El Salvador and other countries in Central America?
	Or is it really a pull?
	A pull from us?
	Pulling them in with our welfare system?
	We'll take a look at that.
	We'll show you some pictures of what's happening at the borders.
	The Democrats don't care.
	When our own government separates children from their parents without any due process.
	Typically coming after people who can't afford it.
	But you know what?
	Even if you got money... I know so many people who spent a lot of money with lawyers who were awful.
	And got ripped by the legal system.
	We have to respect individual rights in this country.
	It's about time we bring that idea back.
	And so I want you to hear his story.
	He's coming up at the bottom of the hour.
	We'll talk about the border before that.
	Right now I want to talk a little bit about income tax because you know it's that time of year and it's kind of interesting because we see always there is a celebrity That is stuck in the news.
	I remember what happened to Wesley Snipes, but he was a good example of how you'll pick a celebrity out and they will persecute them and vilify them in the press as a warning to all of you.
	And so I looked at some of this stuff and I thought, oh, okay, well, it looks like maybe it's going to be Meghan Markle this year.
	You got Fox News saying that the royal baby is a tax problem for Meghan Markle.
	They said no matter where the baby is raised, he or she could face a lifetime of tax liability in the United States.
	Markle has announced that she intends to become a UK citizen after marrying the royal family.
	She has not said whether she plans to renounce her US citizenship.
	A child under US law is considered to be a citizen if the US citizen parent was physically present in the U.S.
	for five years prior to the birth, including at least two years under the age of 14.
	In other words, under this law, the child is considered to be a U.S.
	citizen.
	The child would then be a dual citizen.
	You know, Prince Harry, the father, Meghan Markle, still a U.S.
	citizen.
	She hasn't renounced her citizenship.
	But the child would be a dual citizen.
	The birth would need to be registered with the U.S.
	consulate.
	You know, the U.S., as they point out, is the only country That has laws that require citizens to pay taxes no matter where in the world they reside, including if they've lived abroad their entire life.
	So this baby could be on the hook.
	Because his mother was once a U.S.
	citizen.
	We have that kind of law.
	You know, maybe when I start talking about reparations in that sense, because, you know, that's the real slavery, isn't it?
	I mean, we have a mentality of slavery that is built into the tax code.
	Yeah, let's talk about that.
	Oh, no, they don't want you to talk about that.
	They want you to go back in history and talk about reparations.
	Maybe she should get interested in those kind of reparations.
	The globalists, the eugenicists, are always talking down to us.
	They're always trying to make us feel small, to feel insignificant.
	They try to censor because they fear you and don't want you to have the right to access information so you can make your own decisions.
	They want you to believe you're powerless.
	But the truth is, it is we the people and our ideas and our actions And what we say and what we do that changes the world.
	We are the power structure.
	We are the inventors.
	We are the trailblazers.
	And the globalists understand that.
	And they understand that they are basically trying to control and steal the future from we, the people.

	She was an American citizen, born after November 14th, 1986.
	So she was an American citizen and she was president for five years at a certain age and so forth.
	So now, any of her children are also American citizens taxable by the IRS.
	See, on this Washington slave plantation, where you are born into slavery as chattel property, they also have an overseer on the plantation.
	Because that's what, you know, the overseers, they're the guys that, you know, made, they were the strong arm of the system.
	They would beat the slaves, punish them, If they didn't do what they wanted them to do.
	And those people who have that position here, the overseers on Washington's plantation are the IRS.
	They're the enforcement arm.
	They're the ones who come around and beat you if you don't do what they say to do.
	And so maybe we should start talking about taxation without reparations.

	You try to pin them down and say, but exactly what do you mean by that?
	Who pays money?

	Who's white?

	I just think we ought to have a discussion about that because I'd like to use that to get elected.
	That's what you hear from all these people.
	I just want to have a discussion about it.
	I just think we need to talk about that.
	Don't have any solutions.

	Who's white?
	Who's black?
	Who's guilty?
	Who's innocent?
	Who pays?
	Who gets money?
	Don't know anything about that.
	Don't know much about history, but they're going to have that discussion because it's going to get them in office, they think.
	Now, we ought to all say, hey, I'm tired of being a slave today.
	I want to talk about taxation without talking about reparations.
	So, the idea is, the theory that's being laid out by Fox News about the tax liability of the Royal Baby is really about All of you people who want to get out of America because it's turning into this aggressive taxation state, you ain't leaving.
	Your kids ain't leaving the system.
	That's the message here, folks.
	But let's take a look at the specifics as we lay them out here because, you know, it is interesting that we are the only country in the world that does this.
	The only one.
	That's where we're unique.
	We were not unique when it came to slavery.
	Everybody had slavery.
	Every civilization had slavery.
	Other countries were involved in the slave trade that ultimately wound up in America and in the Bahamas and other places.
	And you also had Muslims involved in that.
	Muslims are still engaged in slavery in Africa.
	After our genius foreign policy done by the Obama administration, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, we wound up with literal slave auctions now in Libya, amongst other things.
	So yeah, it's going on, still.
	And it's not a uniquely American thing, but this form of slavery is uniquely American.
	So we really should talk about this form of slavery, but they don't want to talk about that.
	No, no, no.
	We need to not talk about that, but according to Bernie Sanders and these other people, we need to escalate the penalty on our slaves up to 90%.
	So yeah, talk about how everything is upside down.
	You know, God only asked for 10%.
	But Bernie asked for 90% because that's socialism.
	That's how we turn everything upside down, right?
	So they said, according to Fox Business, there is a controversy also, they previously reported, over Markle's status as a US citizen and the taxes that she owes as a US citizen because She is getting royalties.
	Now I'm not talking about all the money that she gets from the royal family.
	No, she's getting royalties for what she did as a part of the Hollywood royalty, as an actress in Hollywood.
	You know, residuals, to put a less confusing point on it.
	So she gets residuals, even though she's also getting royal assets in the UK.
	And as they point out, if she's raking in more than $300,000, which is likely considering her career as a successful TV actress, she'll be required to file a specific form that details her foreign assets, potentially exposing her in-laws to financial scrutiny.
	I would love to see the IRS go over there and say they're going to audit the Queen's finances.
	Yeah.
	But, you know, they've probably got the chutzpah to do that.
	So, I would just suggest to the Royal Family, stop snubbing Trump or he may do that to you.
	Right?
	Let's talk yesterday about how Prince Charles and Prince William refused to meet with President Trump.
	And, of course, you've seen Prince Harry.
	He just idolizes Obama.
	You know, they refused to even meet with him.
	The Queen, all right, I'll go meet with him, you know.
	I must do my duty.
	We must do our duty, right?
	So she goes to meet with President Trump, but they just gush.
	Over the Castro family and the Bolsheviks in Cuba.
	He poses with pictures of Che Guevara and so forth.
	So you better watch out because, you know, Fox News says maybe Trump could send somebody over there to dig into the royal family's financial status.
	I don't think it's going to happen.
	Another thing that I would like to see happen, but I don't think will happen, Tom Cotton Senator from Arkansas is now pushing the IRS to investigate the Southern Poverty Law Center's tax-exempt status.
	Let's make that happen.
	Quite frankly, why are they allowed to operate as a tax-exempt organization?
	He says, I'm writing to urge you to investigate whether the Southern Poverty Law Center should retain its classification as a non-profit organization, 501c3.
	He said, recent news reports have confirmed the long-established fact That the SPLC regularly engages in defamation of its political opponents.
	That's right, folks.
	If you haven't figured it out, the SPLC, as I've talked about for a long time, consists of two parts.
	One part is a greedy, direct mail fundraising organization.
	And then the other part is to serve as a political arm.
	As a political arm.
	So, instead of getting 501c3 tax-exempt status from the IRS, They should be filing FEC reports to the Federal Elections Commission, because that's how they've been used.
	Except that they were a useful tool for the FBI, just like they're a useful tool for Facebook and for Google to demonize people.
	You know, because Google can always say, oh, it wasn't me that called the Republican Party Nazis, it was Wikipedia, or it was the Southern Poverty Law Center, or it was Snopes, or somebody else, right?
	Gotta have that plausible deniability.
	We don't have that game splayed.
	We know how that game is played.
	So he says they engage regularly.
	That is their business model.
	They don't just do it regularly.
	That's their business model.
	They shake the left down for cash, posing as civil rights champions.
	When I pointed out Morse Dees didn't do a single thing in the civil rights movement except to defend the Ku Klux Klan in Birmingham, Alabama when they burned buses and beat the marchers.
	He defended those guys.
	Made a fortune doing it, but he can make a lot more money as a champion of direct mail.
	And then eventually, after the Civil Rights Movement was over, he got back into the Democrat Party, got their database of donors, and they were off to the races financially.
	And they have been a political organization ever since.
	So he says, in fact, the SPLC's defining characteristic is to fundraise off of defamation.
	And he's right.
	That is their business model.
	And the business model Just like the business model of CNN, Donald Trump Jr.
	pointed out, the business model of CNN and MSNBC has been to defame President Trump, to push the Russian conspiracy hoax.
	That is their business model.
	Well, they learned that from the SPLC.
	Nobody does it better than the SPLC.
	Nobody's done it longer than the SPLC.
	Maybe.
	If they don't get taken down by the IRS, I would suggest, since CNN is looking at collapsing ratings and financial issues, maybe CNN and MSNBC should reorganize as 501C corporations and be charitable donations for people like the Hollywood actors, Saturday Night Live, Stephen Colbert, the people who just can't let go of that phony conspiracy theory.

	You know, I've been pretty tough on President Trump this hour, this program, and yesterday, talking about the border, talking about Obamacare and what is not happening.
	Those are existential issues.
	President Trump is so right on his instincts.
	But he's being either gaslighted or he's being hidden from some of these details.
	But he's right on the instincts.
	And that's why it is so important for us to encourage him, to prod him, To even chastise him, I think, in terms of, you know, you contacting him and saying, come on, we want to have our say-so about our health care.
	I don't want my health care managed out of Washington.
	President Trump might do a better job, probably would do a better job of running health care than Obama would, or Hillary would.
	But I still don't want him making my decisions.
	And after he leaves, if we have a system like that in place, Then the next person that comes along may be Bernie Sanders, and he'll continue to go in the other direction.
	And then they'll complete takeover of health care, and then they will say, well, okay, since government now controls, we've got a big bureaucracy that runs all of your health care, all medicine, I will be the one to run it more efficiently.
	That is not America.
	That is not the American system.
	That's not what President Trump campaigned on.
	We need to encourage him.
	As I said before, it's like a canoe.
	Where if you don't paddle on your side, the other side is paddling very fast and furious.
	And they're going to turn this canoe around.
	It's looking to me like they've turned the canoe around on Obamacare.
	They've turned the canoe around on the border.
	But President Trump has great instincts.
	For instance, look at this article from MSN.
	And they have an article titled, California's Secret Wildfire Weapon.
	Goats, sheep, chew through the flammable grass and brush.
	In other words, you've got a lot of flammable underbrush.
	And we know that that's going to start a fire, but it is nothing, nothing compared to the trees that are left on the ground.
	I've talked about this for a long time.
	My uncle was a forestry professor at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
	And he talked about how the government was changing, no longer acting as a steward, but now we've got this new idea that's been brought in, that man needs to be brought out of the equation.
	Wildfires are a great thing, and you can still see this at the national parks.
	They tell you, oh yeah, we're proud of the natural wildfires that we have, they're great.
	No, you have a role as stewards of the environment.
	See, this is the difference between worshipping the environment like a pagan, Like Gaia Theory, right?
	Where the Earth is some living, natural thing that just happened by chance, and we are a virus.
	We need to be eliminated.
	We've got to reduce the population.
	We've got to reduce the footprint of humans.
	Now that's not the right attitude.
	The right attitude is God created the environment.
	He put us in sovereign charge over it.
	We are the stewards.
	We have dominion.
	And as stewards, we need to protect it.
	And that means we work the land.
	We take the dead wood out.
	I interviewed when we went to Oregon as part of the standoff that was up there.
	I also interviewed a guy who was, because they were going around talking to people about land use issues and the abuse that was happening with that.
	So we talked to a lumberjack there that had lost his life savings because of mismanagement on federal lands.
	Federal lands where they were trying to stop all logging, but they would let the deadwood fall on the ground and stay there.
	And he talked about how it was like a gasoline bomb when a natural fire would start.
	And of course we also had other people point out, you know, President Trump talked about that, and I agree with people who chimed in and said, we have chemtrails that are being put out there, we have, they're already starting with geoengineering, those chemicals are falling to the ground, they are also an accelerant.
	But all of these things are true.
	President Trump was right about that.
	You had massive fires here just outside of Austin.
	And the government was telling people down in Bastrop, clear your land, don't leave that deadwood laying down there.
	But that's what the government does, the Forestry Service does as a matter of policy.
	So now they're saying, we've got a secret wildfire weapon.
	We're going to clean out the underbrush.
	Well, clean out the dead trees too.
	But they don't want anybody to do that.
	They don't want any logging even of dangerous deadwood.
	So President Trump was right on that.
	President Trump was right when he came out talking about the Boeing situation.
	And saying it's just too much complexity.
	Now the details of what happened, I saw a lot of people push back on this.
	They say, well, you know, they're talking about it being a software issue.
	There's a story that just came out today from Reuters saying Boeing software engaged repeatedly before the crash.
	It looks like it was turning on, second-guessing, and overriding the pilots according to the black box.
	They were turning it off, it would turn itself back on, and so forth.
	I've talked about that in the context of cars!
	Let's take that same principle and understand what the Department of Transportation, Mitch McConnell's wife is head of that, what the Department of Transportation is doing to us in the name of safety.
	It's the same thing they're doing with the Boeing planes.
	I don't want to see Boeing fail.
	It's a very big, very important company.
	But the types of attitudes that we have politically and the types of attitudes that we have towards engineering is what's killing us in this.
	And President Trump instinctively gets it.
	It's just the details.
	That he needs to push back on.
	And to understand the power that is in his hands as president, what he can do with the border, what he can do with the wall and with Obamacare.
	But you know, going to this Boeing situation, as one individual said, well they wanted to make the Boeing 737 more efficient, so they put a bigger engine on it.
	Problem was, then it would drag the ground, so they had to put the engines, they didn't want to redo the airframe, so they had to put the engines further back.
	That made the plane unstable.
	So again, as a cost control method, they said, all right, we'll counteract that stability issue on takeoff.
	We'll counter that by putting in a complicated system of software and sensors.
	Now, the problem is that the sensors are not that reliable.
	They kind of knew that, and so they offered to some of the airlines, they said, you can get a backup sensor system, but that'll cost you more money.
	These airlines that are crashing out of the third world didn't opt for the extra backup system.
	They went the cheap route.
	They should have been included to make the system work, I think.
	But they're trying to make a discount, you know, they're trying to juggle all these different things and make a cheap option available.
	And that appears to be the problem.
	Of course, there was also problems that it wasn't very well documented.
	There wasn't a lot of training that was being done, either by the airlines who opted out of, you know, they didn't want to spend the money on the training.
	Boeing didn't do a great job of documenting it.
	Again, you know, there's all of this, you know, financial equations.
	They're not redesigning the airframe, not, you know, making the redundancy in the sensor an extra cost option.
	So you look at all these things and what it is boiled out. President Trump understands it, he boils it down and says it's just too complicated. And you could also say they've, you know, both the airline and the airplane manufacturer Boeing were trying to cut costs and, you know, where they met in the middle there was no safety.

	We're going to talk to a man whose nightmare began when he got an unexpected knock on the door from a social worker who demanded interest.
	She wouldn't say why she wanted to come in, what he was suspected of.
	He was never given any reason for it, but he had his child taken from him without due process, without cause.
	The government lied about him in court.
	He had bad representation.
	That can happen to any of us.
	His daughter was taken, put in a foster care home.
	Bad things happened to her there.
	Eventually, he was found innocent, but then the child was not given back to him.
	The child was given to a stranger.
	As a matter of fact, in another state.
	He's not been given any visitation rights.
	He can't even contact his daughter.
	He has spent his last dime.
	He's been working four jobs to try to fight this situation.

	Stealing cars, stealing homes, they don't have the resources to protect themselves, and they charge the inanimate objects with crimes, seize them, and say, well if you want it back, we're saying this is a civil action, not a criminal action, so you have no rights, no due process, you'll have to sue us in court.
	And that's what they're essentially doing now.
	CPS is now seizing children.
	It is child forfeiture without due process that they're doing.
	And you have to engage lawyers.
	You have to defend yourself.
	You have no presumption of innocence.
	You have no Fourth Amendment protections or search warrant protections.
	So I want you to hear the story of Michael Chambers.

	I've gone over the details myself, but let's just kind of roll this out bit by bit.
	Tell us, first of all, you were separated from your wife.
	How did that affect the family?
	What happened to the family dynamics as you and your wife were separated?
	We lived in an apartment.
	I moved into an apartment across the street, literally across the street, so I could come and see my girl.
	And, you know, that went on for about a month or two.
	And then one day I went over there and the house was just empty and she's gone.
	And so she just left?
	I'm sorry?
	So she just left?
	She abandoned the family?
	She supposedly took our daughter with her and moved to Missouri.
	We were living in Colorado at the time.
	And it took me about a month of harassing everybody, trying to see my daughter, until I finally got the truth that she had just dropped Belle off with her mom and taken off to go live with her new boyfriend in Missouri.
	Okay, so that was so her mother was in the same state as you in Mississippi, okay Her mom got tired of me calling She didn't want to bring bell to me because you know Let me see her because as the father and she'd be in the grandfather All I had to do is pick her up and walk off with her and there wasn't anything she could do about it And she knew I would have So
	She kept her away from me for, I don't know, this went on for a month and a half of stalling and coming up with excuses why I couldn't come see her.
	And when she got sick of it, she called her mother and told her, you need to come pick Belle up or I'm dropping her off at social services.
	And, you know, of course, both mine and her response was just give her to give her to me.
	You know, I'll take her.
	But she didn't want to do that.
	She swore up and down that if she gave her to me, then they would never see her again, and so forth and so on.
	And, uh, so I told her, Mom, you know, well, look, you get in your car and you drive back here from Missouri and pick her up from your mom's house and bring her to me.
	And that's what she did.
	She came, she drove straight to Colorado.
	She picked her up, uh, and brought her straight to me.
	She hadn't seen her in, you know, two months at this point.
	And she just picked her up and drove her straight up to my work and dropped her off and hauled off back to Missouri.
	Wow.
	And we didn't, you know, for the next four years, we heard from her, I don't know, once every two, three months, there was a six month gap in there.
	Just really didn't care.
	She'd call every now and again and raise hell about how she wanted to see her and so forth.
	And I'd say, okay, well, figure out a way to do this and I'll make it happen.
	And that'd be the end out here of it.
	Wouldn't hear back from her for another month or two.
	So was it the grandmother who then got involved and started calling you?
	No, no.
	I didn't hear from the grandmother again.
	I heard from her once in those four years where she said that she wanted to start talking I said, well, you know, you got my number.
	Call.
	I'll never tell you no.
	And never heard from her again either.
	So she didn't seem like she was interested at all in your daughter, Belle.
	You know, she abandoned her with the grandmother, goes to another state, goes to Colorado, and then after this goes around for quite some time, she comes back, takes the daughter from the grandmother who didn't want to relinquish her control, brings her to you.
	But then CPS started, showed up as part of this.
	It seemed to be Some kind of harassment that came out of this domestic dispute.
	Who do you think was behind that?
	It turns out to be one of her mother's friends.
	It was her a couple of times and her mom a couple of times.
	You know, if you call these people, they come.
	They have to come and show up and get all in your business.
	And I'm, you know, I'm one of those stubborn people.
	I live in America and All of that means something to me.
	If I'm told to expect things to be a certain way, then I expect them to be that certain way.
	And in this country, I understand that until I've done something wrong, I can't be punished by government officials.
	And to be honest, I never really had too much guff out of these people.
	They'd show up.
	We were living in California once, and they showed up.
	And you know, they got all their questions and they sit around and want to interview you for a little while and they want to look at your child and talk to your child.
	But they would always ask to come and look around in my house.
	And I always tell them, I got no problem with you doing that, but you're going to go get a warrant first.
	Once again, because I live in America and that's just the way it is.
	Yeah.
	And none of them ever even tried to.
	But it was kind of a...
	It was kind of a continuing harassment from somebody who wasn't happy about the domestic situations.
	The CPS would show up, they'd interview you, and things would not escalate until you moved to another jurisdiction, and then the bureaucrats there handled it very differently.
	Tell us about that.
	Well, I moved to Vicksburg, Mississippi, and I was only here for a month, maybe a month and a half.
	I was doing a temporary job.
	Uh, before I moved back out west, uh, I had gone to school down here in Mississippi State and I was just gathering some last minute money on my way back out west.
	And, um, so I get a knock at the door and, uh, I of course immediately knew who the lady was and she wanted to take Bell off by herself and talk to her.
	And I said, no, you know, you can talk to her right here in front of me.
	I'm not going to interfere.
	You know, we're not going to do this, you know, walking off with their stuff.
	Hang on, we've got to take a quick break.
	And of course, again, this is really where things escalate as part of the story.
	And it's just the difference in the way different bureaucrats operate.
	But your liberty and your family should not be subject to the whimsies of different bureaucrats in different areas.

	So We have never invested as much in public education as we should have because we've always had kind of a private notion of children.

	So part of it is we have to break through our kind of private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids belong to their families and recognize that kids belong to whole communities.
	Once it's everybody's responsibility and not just the households, then we start making better investments.

	If your child doesn't belong to you, if it belongs to the village, then the village can take your child at any time they wish.
	And if we go back and look at what is happening with CPS across this country, I've had Dwight Mitchell on talking about how he was in a struggle as his child was kidnapped.
	He realized that it wasn't just him.
	It was a systemic problem.
	It was a national problem.
	And we're talking right now to Michael Chambers about his particular situation.
	As we just heard from him, it began when the wife abandoned him and took the child, dropped the child off, he eventually learned, at the grandmother's, her mother's.
	So his mother-in-law had the child.
	His wife went on with her life in another state.
	And he kept contacting, when he found out about it, he wanted to get the child back from the grandmother.
	The grandmother didn't want to give the child up.
	He eventually was able to get the mother to go there and take the child to him because she didn't seem to want the child.
	His six-year-old daughter named Belle.
	And then at that point, the grandmother, somebody who was a friend of hers, began a harassment campaign against him using CPS.
	In the jurisdictions they lived in, CPS would show up, they would Interview him, interview the child.
	There was no problem until he moved to a new jurisdiction.
	And now you're going to see what happens in a system that doesn't respect any due process, doesn't respect parental rights.
	All it takes is the wrong bureaucrat to destroy your life and to harm your child.
	So I want to go back to Michael Chambers.
	Michael, tell us how this new CPS person interacted with you that was very different from the way that they've done in the past.
	This one was absolutely demanding to interview your daughter alone, wanted to come into your house, didn't have a search warrant and so forth.
	Tell us about that.
	Well, I mean, I told her just like I told everyone else, you know, you're going to have to get a warrant.
	If we don't all respect these principles, then they go away.
	That's absolutely right.
	So, you know, that's just all there is to it.
	And, you know, and she swore up and said, take me 15 minutes to get this warrant, like it was a threat.
	And I'd say, OK, I'll see you in 15 minutes.
	You know, come on back with it.
	I'm more than happy to let you in, but I'm not going to budge on this one.
	Yeah, and you've done that with other CPS agents.
	You'd let them in, you'd let them interview your daughter and everything, but you know, you want to search my house for something on a fishing expedition?
	Get a warrant!
	That is your legacy, your birthright as an American citizen, and that is the Supreme Law.
	They don't like to have their authority challenged, and so she doubles down on you, doesn't she?
	What else did she do?
	Oh, she did not.
	She came back I think it was a total of eight times.
	She brought cops with her.
	She brought sheriff's deputies with her.
	They wouldn't help her.
	You know, they'd tell her, you know, look, he's right.
	You need a warrant.
	Just go get the warrant and leave him alone.
	Yeah.
	But then what did they do after that?
	They finally got your daughter.
	How did they do that?
	They just went up to her school and snatched her up.
	See, that's the amazing thing.
	They can just steal your child.
	It's just amazing.
	And so when that one day she shows up with a law officer and you think this is going to be a repeat of this or maybe this time they got a warrant to search the house for whatever reason.
	They need to have a reason.
	They didn't have a reason.
	And instead they just tell you, well, we've got her now.
	Yeah.
	Yeah, they went up to her school and they took her.
	They wouldn't tell me where she was.
	I didn't get to see her for almost a month.
	Just a couple of days shy of a month.
	I wouldn't have gotten to see her for a lot longer.
	They assigned you a guardian ad litem, which is basically an attorney for your child, and he let me go see her on her birthday.
	It was February 22nd was when they took her, and her birthday is March 19th, so he let me see her for about 30 minutes that day.
	Wow.
	But they weren't finished with you either.
	They were still fishing around for some reason to keep the child, right?
	So they tried to get in when you weren't there to the landlord, right?
	Well, when we went to court, oh yeah, they called my landlord demanding that he let him in.
	Man, he was quite rude with them.
	He hates these people.
	He told them to get a warrant.
	I still want to get into your... Any way they can, they want to try to find something on you to justify stealing your child, because they're going to steal your child one way or the other.
	They were determined that this was going to happen.
	If I'd have known how determined they were, I'd have packed up and left.
	I thought, you know, well, she's being irritating.
	And she's, you know, she's about to drive me crazy.
	And she won't, she just would not go get the warrant.
	Just flat out.
	And see, when I've talked to Dwight Mitchell, he said the mistake that he and others have made is that they believe, as an innocent person, I can explain this to them.
	I can make my case and then they'll leave me alone.
	But that's not the case, because you then went to CPS yourself and contacted them, right?
	Oh yeah, I dropped her off.
	I mean, I picked her up from school early one day and drove up to their office and sat down for almost two hours with the supervisor.
	You know, here she is.
	Talk to her.
	Yeah, that was before they took her.
	You actually tried to work things out with them?
	Yeah, I tried to.
	Yeah, I tried to straighten this out.
	She wasn't having it.
	She was very, very upset.
	I mean, I heard things from different people that were involved with the court.
	Uh, the Guardian ad litem, uh, told me that, you know, he had sat down with him and said, you know, look, I can't find a problem with this guy.
	What is your deal with him?
	And of course he wouldn't go on record saying this because, you know, he, he works for them basically.
	But he told me that she said he's racist.
	And he asked, well, you know, why do you think he's racist?
	What has he done that's racist?
	And it was that, you know, basically that I had defied her.
	Yeah, I'm white.
	She's black.
	She showed up.
	She wanted to do something.
	I said, well, you got to get a warrant.
	Well, that's racism.
	I think that's just, that's idiocy.
	I mean, the bottom line is, the way CPS is operating, and the way, you know, we've had even the Daily Cause pointed out, this 1997 law that was advocated by Hillary Clinton and others, really is coming after black people more than anybody else.
	That's what Dwight Mitchell, who is black, said.
	It's really falling on them, but really the common denominator is not your skin color, It's whether or not they can victimize you because you don't have sufficient financial resources to fight them full-time, just like civil asset forfeiture that's like, oh, this person's going to be an easy mark, they don't have the means to defend themselves, so I'm just going to pick off the people that are on that system, and that typically is the people who are in that profile there.
	When Megan Fox reached out to the county sheriff and said, you know, what's going on with this particular case?
	The sheriff there said no warrant is necessary for CPS to take a child.
	They would need a warrant to search your house, but they don't need a warrant or a cause to take your child.
	Isn't that amazing?
	The way the same sheriff explained it to me is he'd have about half a day of paperwork to go through if he wanted to seize my car.
	But seizing my child?
	Not a problem at all.
	Wow, it's even easier, because it's a crime how easy it is for them to seize property without ever convicting you, let alone, they don't have to convict you, they don't have to charge you with a crime, but it's even easier for them to take children.
	What kind of a system is this?

	We're talking to Michael Chambers, a man who had his daughter taken from him, again, as part of a domestic dispute.
	The mother had abandoned him, abandoned the daughter, dropped the daughter off with her mother, his mother-in-law.
	He eventually got the child back from the mother-in-law, and then the harassment began with CPS.
	Nothing really happened with it, however, until he moved to a different jurisdiction.
	And then, because he insisted on a search warrant from that office, he'd always said that to the other CPS.
	He would let them interview the child, see the child, talk to the child.
	But if you want a search warrant, if you want to search my house, get a warrant.
	Because that's our right as Americans.
	And this particular CPS agent took exception to that.
	And eventually, instead, she kept coming back with law enforcement.
	Law enforcement said, yeah, you've got to get a search warrant.
	Instead of doing that, they just kidnapped the child at school.
	And Michael, tell us what happened to Belle in foster care.
	There were some issues in foster care, wasn't there?
	They beat her on a daily basis.
	It was like my second visit with her.
	I was asking her, you know, well, you know, what's going on?
	I don't, I don't know anything about where you're at.
	You know, what's, what's the deal there?
	Is it nice?
	Are they nice to you?
	And she started telling me a story and I pulled my phone out and hit record.
	And she told me the whole story and I called the CPS agent in, the lady who had taken her.
	And I said, look, I want you to listen to this.
	And I had her repeat the whole story to her.
	And it was, you know, Punching her in the face, kicking her in the face, kicking her in the stomach.
	Oh my goodness.
	Yeah, I mean, just carrying on and on.
	My baby's never been hurt.
	I don't spank.
	You know, so it was rough for her.
	Now, this CPS agent, because you wouldn't let her in, she said, well, it must be because I'm black and you're white, so she called you a racist.
	But then when you went to your first court appearance, They lied about you, CPS lied about you, said you had gone to her school and had to be removed because you were there screaming, I love Hitler, I love Hitler.
	Yes.
	And there was absolutely no truth to that, no record of that.
	You went to the school and you got records saying they've never had any problem with you whatsoever, right?
	I didn't go to the school.
	I didn't know if the school had started this or if this is something the CPS lady did.
	I just went to the sheriff and he laughed and he was like, you know, He listened to the whole story.
	He was like, man, I just gotta tell you.
	He's like, the end of that story is that they tackled you.
	This is police officers.
	The school districts around here have their own police district.
	And the story was that they tackled me and escorted me off campus.
	He said, there's no way that would happen.
	We would have arrested you.
	There's no way you would have left if you'd have done this.
	And so you got a piece of paper verifying that this is totally false.
	And again, we've seen this happen.
	We know that when you have political rallies, the first thing they do is call you racist and they try to connect you with Hitler and so forth.
	Absolutely, absolute nonsense.
	And you were eventually found completely innocent.
	But the judge, instead, after he dismissed all the CPS charges against you, The judge turned over your daughter to the mother, who had abandoned her four years ago and had no interest in having her whatsoever.
	Never investigated her, and you can't talk to her now, right?
	Is that correct?
	No.
	I've talked to her... Let's see, that was June of last year.
	I've talked to her maybe four times since then.
	Wow.
	I'll call and call and text and text and then...
	You know, it'll be a month later.
	I'll get a text back.
	Oh, sorry, my phone was messing up.
	No, it wasn't.
	But no, I mean, yeah, they drug me through court.
	They accused me of everything under the sun.
	They accused me.
	I was a Nazi.
	Then the second time we went in, it was Bell had a bad dream about I turned into a zombie.
	So they needed another month to investigate that.
	I never understood investigate what?
	She had a bad dream.

	You know, it's such a sad situation to hear stories like Michael Chambers.
	This is, I'm afraid, typical of what we're seeing happen.
	How did this happen?
	As Megan Fox points out, it's not, and it's not even us pointing it out, she pointed out that the Daily Cause, which is an extreme left-wing communist outlet, criticized Hillary Clinton for this.
	So it goes back to 1997.
	There was something called, and listen to this, this is how, you know, kind of like the Patriot Act, Where they destroy the Bill of Rights and due process and so forth.
	This is the Adoption and Safe Families Act.
	The ASFA.
	And it is anything but safe families.
	And as they described it at the Daily Cause, they said it encouraged a take the child and run mentality.
	From Child Welfare Agents at CPS.
	Thousands more families, typically poor.
	That's, you know, what we heard from Michael Chambers, what we heard from Dwight Mitchell.
	Typically poor.
	Disproportionately families of color.
	Destroyed by wrongful removal of the children.
	Instead of reducing the family care population rights of daily cause, ASFA, Hillary's ASFA, increased it.
	Trapped thousands of more children into a system that, according to one major study, churns out the walking wounded four times out of five.
	In other words, 80% of the children who go through this child welfare system are damaged.
	They have drug problems, are sexually assaulted, as you heard from Michael Chambers, his daughter, and he recorded it, said she was physically assaulted by these people.
	Many of these kids commit suicide.
	They wind up in jail, typically.
	Eighty percent of them have problems.
	And Dwight Mitchell was talking about the same sort of thing, and saying what a sin it is, what a crime it is, that our government would be profiting off of this to the tune of tens of billions of dollars.

	And Daily Cause goes on to say, the ASFA, the American Safe Families Act, adoption, I'm sorry, Adoption and Safe Families Act, effectively turned the child welfare system into the ultimate middle class entitlement.

	So the families are not safe.
	We're going to create this adoption system.
	We're going to profit from it.
	But they also feed into pedophile networks.
	That's a lot of child trafficking going on as part of the CPS as well.
	Abuse within the foster care system and, you know, trafficking these kids out of it.
	He goes, and when the army of childless yuppies don't show up to adopt anywhere near the numbers predicted, then the ASFA created a generation of legal orphans with no ties to birth parents, no adoptive homes either.
	Probably at least a hundred thousand more such legal orphans than had ASFA not become law.

	She's in another state and we won't make any provisions for him to have any child visitation or anything.
	Once you have a system where all it takes Is some kind of a domestic dispute.
	Can you see what is going to happen with the red flag gun laws?
	Do you understand how that's going to happen to?
	We've already had one individual killed in America over red flag gun laws.
	You have domestic disputes.
	You have people who get angry and families.
	And again, a domestic dispute is the most dangerous situation for a law enforcement officer to show up with.
	Because the hatred that is there at the center of this once a dispute begins.
	And frequently they turn on law enforcement.
	But you can use, the same hatred can be used to swat team people, to take their guns, or to destroy them by taking the child that they love and you don't love and destroying them.
	This is why we need to have due process.
	This is why America was created around a system of rules and laws, but we no longer have that.
	We no longer have bureaucracies that are restrained by law.
	We have bureaucracies that make rules, and the rules trump the law, don't they?
	They can do whatever they wish.
	Folks, the principles on this, whether you're talking about the war on drugs and civil asset forfeiture, whether you're talking about the gun laws and the red flag laws that were just put in, and of course President Trump thinks that's a good thing.
	So does the NRA.
	Oh yeah, we'll do that with the red flag.
	And we look at how this is working out for us with CPS.
	Different situations in every one of these.
	Some of these are plotted by people on the left.
	Some of them, you know, the liberals want the red flag gun laws.
	The conservatives want the civil asset forfeiture and the war on drugs.
	And then everybody's getting their kids taken.
	Whether they're left or right.
	If they don't have the legal resources to fight these bureaucrats.
	Because we've lost our system of government.
	We've lost any restraints on the government.
	See, that's the important thing.
	Liberals even talk about the Bill of Rights.
	Bill of Rights, those are negative rights.
	I want to give you positive rights.
	I want to say you have a right to this and a right to that.
	You have a right to free food, free education, free housing, free everything.
	That's a positive right.
	Except they have to take everything from you first.
	Or they take it from your neighbor you're expecting, right?

	That guy across the street, he's got more than I have.
	They're going to make him pay for the free stuff that I get.
	So they offer you free stuff and not freedom.
	They offer you positive rights, but the founders were wise.
	They understood that our biggest threat is coming from government.
	And so they said, we're going to put prohibitions here.
	Of things that government, against things that government, we know, wants to do.
	Because all this stuff had been done before.
	This isn't something that just happened in the 21st century or the 20th century.
	That it happened prior to the Founders' right.
	That's why they put those prohibitions in there.
	They said, yeah, government is always going to want to take your free speech.
	Government is always going to want to stop the free press.
	Government is going to want to suppress religion.
	There will be no God above government.
	An omniscient government that knows everything about you, an omnipresent government that is everywhere, and an omnipotent government that will tell you what you can and cannot do.
	They don't want any competition.
	Government is a jealous God.
	And so the founders said, no, we're not going to have that.
	We're going to put restrictions on the things that the government can and cannot do.
	And we have said, well, you know, I think for the children, we need to have a war on drugs.
	For the children, we need to make sure that we have safe homes and adoption.
	And for the children, we need to take guns away.
	It's all for the children, isn't it?
	And now they've come for the children.
	Isn't it interesting how things go full circle when you don't understand history, when you don't understand human nature?

	But he's got some big corruption questions behind him in the Ukraine.
	And we'll talk about that in a moment.
	But first, you know, when we look at all these different people coming out, we've had Bernie Sanders and he's really cooking on a lot of donations.
	So he's building up his war chest pretty rapidly here.
	This guy has made millions.
	He's one of the best paid Marxists outside of China.
	Yeah, you can make a lot of money as a communist.
	Quite frankly, you look at Venezuela and those kleptocracies that we've seen in Venezuela and Nicaragua, the people that Bernie Sanders loved so much, those guys are nothing but kleptocrats, thieves!
	They absconded with money, you know, they said, these dirty corporations, you need to take their oil refineries!
	And then they loot them six ways to Sunday, And then mismanage them into the ground.
	And there's all these pictures of the rich kids of Venezuela and the rich kids of Nicaragua and their multi-billion dollar trust funds and how they're jetting around Europe and so forth.
	This is always the case.
	Always the case.
	It's always these communists who are running things who are incredibly wealthy.
	Same thing is true in China as well.
	They're still communists, but they're authoritarian.
	They just use communism as a beard.
	To get into control.
	And we got Bernie Sanders, if you remember.
	You know, even CNN is saying.
	Because, you know, CNN is going to be pushing Biden.
	So CNN gives you the dishes the dirt on Bernie as a communist.
	Saying in the 1970s he urged nationalization of most major industries.
	And we got it on record!
	You know, he went on as a local politician in Vermont.
	He was an active member of the left-wing Liberty Union Party.
	He was actually one of the leaders of that party, and while he was there in the 70s, he and the Liberty Union argued for nationalization of the energy industry, public ownership of banks, telephones, electric and drug companies, and of the major means of production, like factories and capitals.
	If you want to see how that works out, just go down to Venezuela.
	That's how that works out.
	He had other proposals, like a 100% income tax for the highest income earners in America.
	Absolutely, they can give you everything that you want, but first they've got to take everything you've got.
	And they're hoping that you're going to think that it's the other guy, that they're going to take everything from him, and they're going to give all that to you, right?
	It is a corrupt ideology that is based on envy and theft.
	It is anti-God for those very reasons.
	Because they see themselves as God.
	He said, I favor the public ownership of utilities, banks, and major industries, he said to the Burlington Free Press in 1976 in one speech in 2015.
	He said he didn't want the government to take over private business or to own the means of production, but that's now, right?
	Now that he wants to be president, he's saying that.
	Do you really believe him?
	You know, all of his life, he was deeply immersed in this, and he wasn't a kid when this was happening.
	He was an adult.
	He was a lot older than I was back in the 70s and 80s.
	And he was honeymooning in the Soviet Union up to the point that it failed.
	I think he went in, what was it, 1986?
	It didn't collapse until 1989.
	In 1977 he left because he didn't feel like his communists were making enough of an effect in the elections.
	He wanted to get elected.
	He wanted political power.
	So just like the communists had come before him.
	Yeah, he would backpedal on some of this stuff so he could get power.
	Let's not tell everybody where we want to go here with this delegate power here, then we'll do it.
	And that's what he did.
	Prior to that, he'd said, the function of a radical political party is very simple.
	It is to create a situation in which the ordinary working people take What rightfully belongs to them.
	Nobody can predict the future of the workers' movement in this country or the state of Vermont.
	It is in my opinion, however, that if workers do not take power in a reasonably short time, this country will not have a future.
	And in 1973, he took to a Vermont paper to oppose Richard Nixon's energy policy and his oil industry profits, calling the entire energy industry to be nationalized.
	Yeah.
	The Soviet honeymooner.
	Well, you know, it's not just him, it's also his new campaign advisor, David Sirota, once touted what's going on in Venezuela, once touted Hugo Chavez's economic miracle, quote-unquote, in Venezuela.
	Yeah.
	You know, it's a miracle.
	I'll tell you what, he actually is right.
	It is a miracle.
	That communists, that thieves, that dictators can take over a country, take over industry, and it's a miracle that they can take one of the largest producers of oil in the world and turn it into a situation where they can't even keep the lights on for their own people.
	That is the socialist miracle right there.
	Yeah, you're not turning the sand into gold, you're turning the gold into sand.
	That's the miracle.
	Alchemy works both ways, doesn't it?
	In a 2013 column for Salon, Bernie Sanders, campaign advisor, credited Chavez's, quote, full-throated advocacy of socialism with achieving an economic miracle.
	He said Chavez racked up an economic record, That even a legacy-obsessed American president could only dream of achieving.
	And these are the people who want power.

	So he was an advisor to Rethinking Marxism.
	This is an article from the Washington Examiner.
	It's an academic journal that publishes articles that, quote, seek to discuss elaborate and or extend Marxian theory.
	Well, I'm seeking to expose it and to end it.
	That's what I've been working at most of my life.
	And this is typical of what he would write here.
	He said, equity, environmental consciousness, and racial justice are surely some of the ingredients of healthy Marxism.
	Oh, they are the foundation of Marxism.
	Let's make no doubt about it.
	Equity, equality, right?
	And what they mean by that, folks, is not equality of opportunity.
	So when we talk about rights, they say, oh yeah, we're for rights.
	A right to health care, a right to this, a right to that, to be provided to you for free.
	No, no, no, no.
	We're talking about how I have Certain rights as a human being, and government is not to interfere with those.
	Those are negative rights.
	When you start talking about positive rights, then you're organizing people into competing groups based on envy and theft, so that you can get power.
	And that's what the Marxists do.
	They want equality not of opportunity, they want equality of results.
	Very different situation.
	Couldn't be more opposite of each other.
	Just like We have, when we talk about the welfare state, we say you've got a right to get free stuff.
	No, if you have a right to free stuff, it's got to be paid for eventually by the people.
	And they're aware of that.
	They're expecting that their neighbor, those undeserving rich, are going to pay 100% of it.
	Or maybe just the guy across the street, maybe he'll pay not 100%, he's not as rich as You know, the people who support the Democrat Party, but he is somebody who is, we'll probably tax him at 60 or 70 percent, but I'll probably get something a lot less than that, plus I'll get free stuff, the booty that they steal from these other people.
	That's it!
	That booty guard guard is going to get the booty from taxing other people.
	As in 1998, Peter, booty guard guard's father, In 1998, he wrote an article for the Chronicle of Higher Education about an event in New York City.
	There, they celebrated the 150th anniversary of the Communist Manifesto.
	And here's what he writes.
	Quote, If the Communist Manifesto was meant to liberate the proletariat, the Manifesto itself in recent years needed liberating from Marxism's narrow post-Cold War orthodoxies and its exclusive cadres, and it has been freed.
	After a musical interlude, seven people read different portions of the Manifesto.
	Listening to it read, one could not help but be struck by the poignancy of its prose.
	The readers, quote, had implicitly warned even us faithful, it warned us faithful, to guard against conferring upon it the status of Scripture, a repository of doctrinal verities.
	Yes, yes, as I've said before, the Marxists and the atheists have their gods and they are fiercely worshipped.
	And so what you could see is that maybe his father saw himself in the role of Martin Luther to Karl Marx.
	He's going to reform Karl Marx's original writings and he's going to improve upon it.
	So yeah, this is what this guy is.
	He is, I guess you could say, the Martin Luther of the Marxist movement.
	And that's the father of Peter Booty-Guard-Guard, who wants all of your booty.
	Don't criticize him because he's gay.
	He's protected because he's gay.
	And you know, I look at this and you almost kind of feel sorry for Beto O'Rourke.
	Beto O'Rourke doesn't have any of the special identities to protect himself, right?
	Yes, we know that when you strip all this stuff away, the guy really is a super socialist, just like the rest of them.
	And he was up front about it, saying, I want to break apart the system in America.
	He tweeted out, We have a concentration of wealth, power, and privilege, and it has to be broken apart.
	Opportunity must be fully shared with all.
	Well, you know, if you want to redistribute wealth, then join with Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris and Bernie Sanders and Peter booty-guard-guard.
	There's no limit to the number of people who want to do that for you.
	And again, when he talks about opportunity, He's not talking about equality of opportunity.
	He's talking about equality of results.
	When they talk about fairness, okay, they're talking about equality of results.
	It's not fair that you have more than I do.
	It is the spirit of Harrison Bergeron, Kurt Vonnegut.
	Showed us exactly what this looks like.
	No, it's not fair that person can dance better or can run faster.
	Let's put weights on their legs so they can't do either of those things.
	And then they'll be equal to us.
	The founders called socialism leveling.
	It's just that.
	It's leveling.
	Everybody leveled to the lowest level.
	Communists have nothing and they want to share it with you.
	Except for the ones at the top.
	They will take the booty and they will guard it.
	And so, when you talk about reparations, you're talking about fairness, you're talking about equality of results, and you're talking about using it as a justification to steal from other people.
	When you talk about freedom, you're talking about equality of opportunity, not equality of results.
	And it's a very different thing.
	Freedom is a very different thing than free stuff.
	These people want free stuff.
	Beto is at a disadvantage.
	He doesn't have those special identities these other people have, so he has to invent one.
	He has to pretend that he's Hispanic.
	Robert O'Rourke has to pretend that he is Hispanic, and they're letting him get away with it.
	That's the funniest thing about this.
	I think what they should do is they should add another letter to the LGBT stuff, right?

	But I don't agree that it's loopholes in our laws.
	It's loopholes in our justice system.
	And I think the President can do something about it.
	It is essential that the President do something about it.
	I began the program talking about the idiot judge in Houston, who immediately resigned, automatically resigned, by saying, I'm running for Supreme Court.
	He doesn't know the law.
	He doesn't know that in the Texas Constitution, if you announce that you're going for the next For running for another office?
	That is considered to be a resignation.
	He doesn't know, and they don't care that he violated the law.
	Just like these Democrat judges and attorneys and the Democrat Party don't care that the law is being violated.
	And there's even, you want to talk about a loophole at the border.

	On California because they need money and they need and they're going to lose money and they're going to lose representation if we don't count the foreign citizens as if they were Americans and if you do that they're going to pack Congress and they are going to pack the Electoral College because that's how you apportion those two things.
	And if President Trump lets these judges shut him down on that, we're done.
	And President Trump, unlike Obama, when Obama would have the judges go against him, they'd say, well, we're going to appeal it and they'd continue doing what they wanted to do.
	And President Trump needs to at least do that.
	I think he needs to say what Andrew Jackson said.
	They've made their decision.
	Let's see them enforce it.
	They don't know what they're doing in many cases, or as we saw with the The Dean of Berkeley Law School.
	Well, you know, President Trump can't use an executive order.
	That'd be unconstitutional to say that we've got to have free speech at the universities.
	You've got to keep giving us money.
	No, giving you money is unconstitutional.
	And you're opposing the First Amendment.
	You're opposing free speech at Berkeley, especially.
	They are ground zero of the opposition, the intolerance towards free speech.

	And so as we see Pew Research saying nearly 20% of the world's migrant population wants to come here.
	It is a massive number.
	They have fixed the number at what the population of the United States used to be when I was born.
	That is in flux and most of them, a large portion of them, want to come to America.

	Take a look at the violence in Mexico and how it is spilling over into our borders.
	We have cartel gunmen disarm and kidnap 11 cops in Mexico.
	This is in the state of Puebla.
	Reported by Breitbart, it's a cartel gunman disarmed and kidnapped a squad of 11 police officers.
	Held them for hours, beat them.
	They were returning from, somebody had phoned in a tip.
	So they go, there's nothing there.
	They head back, they're surrounded, outmanned by the cartel members.
	Do we want to have that kind of violence here in America?
	Because that's been going on in Mexico for some time.
	Just in Tijuana, 150 murders in March alone.
	So far in 2019, 514 murders just in Tijuana.
	During the last two days of March, at least seven people were murdered.
	Do we want to have that in America?
	Or do we want to have some control over our border?
	Do we want to keep MS-13?
	Do we want to keep those guys in El Salvador?
	Or do we want to let them go all the way up to Long Island and continue to attack and murder the Hispanics who fled them in El Salvador.
	That's why you have legal immigration.
	You want to be able to separate the wheat from the chaff.
	You want to be able to separate the people who are refugees, who are legitimate, the people who like our system.
	You know, we might even have a means test for that.
	That wouldn't apply to the refugees, but it would apply to other people who want to come here just for economic reasons.
	They say they're coming here for economic reasons.
	No other country allows that.
	No other country allows that, nor should they.
	Texans living over 70 miles north of the border, terrorized by illegals and cartels.

	And even the church groups that are giving refuge to these people say we've never seen anything like this.

	This is a crisis.
	And here's what the Texans, and they are Hispanic, They are being, they are the front line on what is going to become the life for all of us.
